chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers (#2150)
* chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers Remove 33 dead files, ~270 unreferenced exports/types, 13 dead i18n namespaces and 4 unused dependencies; fold byte-identical helper copies into one canonical home each (lib/utils chunk/sleep/utcDateStamp, lib/dates/iso, lib/invariants/uuid, lib/xml/escape, lib/reports/sru/format, lib/pdf/number-text, lib/browser/panel-request, lib/api/v1/body + v1ValidationError rolled out to ~55 v1 routes, booking-template schemas). No behaviour change: v1 bodies and status codes, MCP tool schemas, DB writes and money math are untouched. Naive ore rounding was deliberately not swapped for roundOre; see DECISIONS.md 2026-09-02 for the full list of things left alone on purpose. tsc, lint, 19588 unit tests and check:guards green; antipattern baseline ratcheted (naive-ore-round 622 -> 620, hand-rolled-invariant 115 -> 113). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(transactions): import RawTransaction from @/types after the ingest re-export removal CI's type ratchet (check:types, full tsconfig) caught the one test file that still imported the type through lib/transactions/ingest. feat(reports): log behandlingsregler changes and program versions (BFNAR 2013:2 p. 9.16) (#2097)
* feat(reports): log behandlingsregler changes and program versions (BFNAR 2013:2 p. 9.16) Part 3 of the behandlingshistorik series (#1787 report, #1790 PDF). BFNAR 2013:2 punkt 9.16 second paragraph requires the behandlingshistorik to record "forandringar i bokforingssystemet som paverkar bokforingsposternas behandling samt nar dessa forandringar infordes", and BFN's commentary names behandlingsregler (automatkonteringar, fasta procentsatser) and new program versions as the examples. Until now both changed without a trace. Audit triggers on the behandlingsregler tables and the import logs: mapping_rules, booking_template_library, categorization_templates, salary_payroll_config, sie_imports, bank_file_imports. categorization_templates learns on every booking (occurrence_count, confidence, last_seen_date), so those telemetry-only updates are excluded by a WHEN clause the same way the api_keys request counters are (20260721115701): only real rule changes are logged. Measured against prod that is roughly 3 800 new audit rows a month against an audit_log already taking 371 688, so about +1 %. app_releases is an append-only log of program versions seen in production, written by the runtime the first time a build answers a request. Vercel exposes no build hook we can trust to write the row, so /api/version records it inside after(): the handler returns synchronously and a floating promise could be frozen before the insert lands, which is how a version log ends up silently empty. The service client is constructed lazily so the constantly polled public probe pays nothing once the module guard is set. Program versions are rolled up per Swedish calendar day in the report. main takes ~570 merges a month, so one event per version would be on the order of 7 000 a fiscal year: enough to trip the PDF's own 4 000-event guard and bury the ~400 events a real company's year contains. The statutory unit is the date, and the same sentence qualifies the requirement to changes that affect processing, which a deploy list cannot distinguish anyway. app_releases keeps the per-version truth for anyone who needs to go deeper. AuditLogEntry.user_id becomes string | null. The column is nullable and write_audit_log() falls back to auth.uid(), which is NULL for a service-role or global write; the company-less salary_payroll_config rows are the first that routinely hit it, and the read model already coded for it. Also restores the point citations the 2026-07-27 pass removed while the chapter was unverified: it is kapitel 9, not kapitel 8 (which is arkivering), verified against BFN's consolidated text. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01L3P2hr19PhQuCoTSGoegcY * test(pg): fix two fixture bugs in the behandlingshistorik trigger tests pg-real caught both, and neither is in the migration: the inserts fail before the trigger is reached. mapping_rules.rule_type is constrained to mcc_code / merchant_name / description_pattern / amount_threshold / combined; the test used 'merchant'. booking_template_library's btl_insert policy requires current_user_can_write() and company_id = current_active_company_id(), so the authenticated insert needs a company_members row and a user_preferences.active_company_id, the same setup booking-template-hidden.pg.test.ts uses. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01L3P2hr19PhQuCoTSGoegcY * test(pg): assert the booking-template audit row inside the user transaction withUserContext always rolls back, so the audit row the trigger writes is gone before an outside connection can see it. The trigger fires in the same transaction as the write, so the assertion belongs there too. The other cases in this file write on the pool (autocommit) and are unaffected. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01L3P2hr19PhQuCoTSGoegcY * fix(reports): name every build id in the per-day program-version entry Raised by the compliance review on #2097: the roll-up listed five ids and a count, which leaves an auditor unable to reconstruct which versions ran that day. app_releases keeps the full record, but the report is the surface anyone actually reads. A day is bounded by the deploy rate (~19), so the full list stays one readable cell. fix(pdf): keep the minus sign on losses in standard-font PDFs (#1982) (#1987)
Intl sv-SE formats negatives with U+2212, which the bundled react-pdf Helvetica/Courier fonts cannot render, so a loss printed as a profit. lib/pdf/number-text.ts pdfNumberText maps U+2212 to an ASCII hyphen and prints negative zero unsigned; routed through financial-statement, kassaflodesanalys, reskontra, momsdeklaration, payslip (fmt, the literal Preliminar skatt sign and the calculation formula text) and operational-report templates, with content-stream regression tests. The K2/K3 arsredovisning templates keep main's formatPdfKronor from #2013. Closes #1982 |

fix(arsredovisning): losses lost their minus sign in the PDF (#2013)
* fix(arsredovisning): losses lost their minus sign in the PDF
toLocaleString('sv-SE') formats negatives with U+2212 MINUS SIGN, which
react-pdf's built-in Helvetica (WinAnsi encoding) has no glyph for, so the
sign was silently dropped: a loss rendered as a profit on 'Arets resultat'
and 'Summa fritt eget kapital' while all totals stayed correct. Reported by
a user whose -4 684,24 kr loss displayed as +4 684 kr.
Add formatPdfKronor (absolute value + ASCII hyphen-minus) and route the K2
and K3 PDF templates and the PDF-bound note builders through it. Display
only; no ledger or iXBRL changes (the iXBRL writer already handles signs
via the sign attribute and its own presentational minus).

* fix(arsredovisning): pin PDF group separator to U+00A0 across ICU versions
Newer CLDR data groups sv-SE thousands with U+202F NARROW NO-BREAK SPACE,
which WinAnsi Helvetica also lacks: digits would silently run together the
same way the minus sign was dropped. Normalize the separator to U+00A0 in
formatPdfKronor so the rendering does not depend on the runtime's ICU.
Addresses the PR Agent reviewer-guide finding on #2013.

fix(bokslut): årsredovisning for a klarmarkerad year, bokslutsbilagor under Bokslut, bilagor reminder (#1875)
* fix(bokslut): årsredovisning for a klarmarkerad year, bokslutsbilagor under Bokslut in the menu, bilagor reminder on Kontroll A year closed in a previous system (Klarmarkera perioden) has no closing verifikat in these books by definition, so the statutory pre-closing guard in the trial balance has nothing to strip; it now lets that case through instead of failing the whole Årsredovisning page with a 500. Bokslutsbilagor now sits in the Bokslut fold of the menu (a byrå looks for the bilagor inside the bokslut module, not under Rapporter), and the wizard's Kontroll step says how many balance accounts are still unsigned per balansdagen with a link to the pärm. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01RvFveUpbdPBXdm7f5FEYoz * fix(nav): admit the bokslutsbilagor label key Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01RvFveUpbdPBXdm7f5FEYoz * feat(reconciliation): fold the manual accounts in the rail, with count and unsigned hint Twenty-odd balance accounts pushed the bank rows out of view on a migrated company. The group opens when a manual account is selected and otherwise remembers the last choice per browser. feat(reconciliation, bokslut): underlag on a balansdag + persisted closing checklist (Reko bilagor, PR 2 + PR 3) (#1873)
* feat(reconciliation): underlag on a balansdag, the files behind a sign-off (Reko bilagor, PR 2) A konsult attaches the kontoutdrag, engagemangsbesked or reskontralista an account was reconciled against to (account_key, through_date), before or after the sign-off, from every account body on the Avstämning page. Rows live in account_reconciliation_attachments (append-only, removal stamp by trigger, RLS like account_reconciliations), bytes in the documents bucket under the company prefix so its RLS applies unchanged, and the full archive copies them into bilagor/ with a hash manifest. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01RvFveUpbdPBXdm7f5FEYoz * fix(reconciliation): literal selects and payload in the attachments store so the phantom-column scanner can read them Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01RvFveUpbdPBXdm7f5FEYoz * feat(bokslut): persisted closing checklist and missing-fiscal-year warning (Reko bilagor, PR 3) (#1867) * feat(bokslut): persisted closing checklist and missing-fiscal-year warning (Reko bilagor, PR 3) The bokslut checklist is a catalogue in code with one state row per period (bokslut_checklist_items): the steps the system can judge (sign-offs through balansdagen, reskontra tie-outs, drafts, voucher gaps, trial balance) are computed live and a stored row only overrides them; the manual steps are the konsult's ticks, with who and when. It sits on the wizard's Kontroll step and is dumped into the full archive. A hole between fiscal years (one-file SIE migrations) is now named on the bokslut readiness screen and on the import result screen, where the next file is one click away. Non-adjacent period links are #1849's fix. feat(reconciliation): absorb the last bank-view tools and retire /reports/bank-reconciliation (#1871)
The old Bankavstämning report page was the only place a user could still tag a bank row as ingående balans or move it to another bank account, so the new /reconciliation page kept linking out to it and the reconciliation lived in two places. Both row tools now live on the account overview (hover-revealed, same endpoints), the ?autorun=1 deep link from the transactions inbox runs the matcher on the new page, and the report slug redirects: old links, ⌘K, the bokslut readiness wizard and the ignore toast all land on /reconciliation. BankReconciliationView and its FocusedReport branches (own range preset, help popover, autoRun plumbing) are removed; the source-grepping parity test for its quick-book path goes with it. fix(bokslut): stop step 3 (Dispositioner) from failing for every pre-2025 räkenskapsår (#1777)
The schablonintäkt SLR table only had closing years 2025 and 2026, and the dispositions builder consulted it unconditionally, so every aktiebolag running the year-end wizard for 2024 or earlier got "Ett oväntat serverfel uppstod" at the Dispositioner step (126 open FY2024 periods on prod, plus older years), even when the company holds no periodiseringsfonder at all. - Backfill SCHABLONINTAKT_RATE_BY_CLOSING_YEAR for 2020-2024 from Riksgälden's 30 November SLR (2019: -0.09 %, 2020: -0.10 %, 2021: 0.23 %, all floored to 0.5 %; 2022: 1.94 %; 2023: 2.62 %). 2019 and earlier stay unmapped: the 100 %-of-SLR rule keys on beskattningsår starting 2019-01-01+, so a 2019 closing can be a brutet år under the old 72 %. - Resolve the rate lazily (resolveSchablonintaktRate): a company without an opening 212X balance never touches the table, so an unmapped year can no longer break a no-fond bokslut. Used by the builder and all three POST item paths; POST overrides still win. - Typed SchablonintaktRateNotConfiguredError with registry code SCHABLONINTAKT_RATE_NOT_CONFIGURED (500, Swedish message) so the rare fond-holding-company-on-unmapped-year case tells the user what is wrong instead of a generic server error, while still surfacing in runtime-error clustering for the December table update. - Tests: rate table + resolver units, new builder test (no-fond FY2024 and unmapped-year cases, SLR folded into the tax base), GET route tests. fix(arsredovisning): unblock the signing flow, accept foreign parent org nr, explain Fortnox underlag failures (#1738)
Batch from a real migration walkthrough (Fortnox -> Accounted, 2026-08-20): - Årsredovisning: the "Låst version" select was empty with no explanation because the only version was a draft and "Lås version för underskrift" is disabled while the four Lagstadgade upplysningar checkboxes and the content confirmation count as blockers. The select is now disabled with a hint that names the blocker count and links to Fullständighetskontroll, the four AR-NOTE-*-UNCONFIRMED issues carry remediation text, the lock button explains why it is grey, and "Markera som signerad" says what it still needs (locked version, bevisreferens, date). - Moderföretagets org.nr accepts a foreign registration identifier (CHE-123.456.789, HRB 12345, 923 609 016); personnummer shapes stay out. - Fortnox underlag discovery: log status, body and Fortnox's message on failure, show the message in the UI, treat a 400 with behörighet/scope text as scopes-required, and fall back to an unfiltered voucherfileconnections list when the financialyear filter answers 400. - Kontomapping: the Momskod column had min-w only; table-fixed collapsed it and its selects overflowed into Konfidens. Real w-72 now. - SIE import warnings pluralise correctly for one skipped voucher; the Verifikationsserie option says the source series is preserved. fix(periodisering): stop overselling automatic periodization to enskild firma (#1730)
* fix(bokslut): honest periodisering for enskild firma (K1) Stop mis-selling automatic periodisering to sole traders and give the auto-detect a materiality floor: - Remove the inert PeriodiseringAutoDetectToggle (write-only localStorage, no reader anywhere); the settings row is now a plain link to the periodisering wizard, with new i18n keys in sv+en. - Auto-detect tags suggestions under 5 000 kr as low confidence with the reason 'Under 5 000 kr: behöver normalt inte periodiseras', citing K1 (BFNAR 2006:1) for enskild firma and K2 for aktiebolag; the wizard only pre-ticks high-confidence rows, so under-floor posts land unticked. Personnel-cost lines (7xxx) are exempt: they must always be accrued. - The accruals GET route resolves companies.entity_type and threads it to the detector. - Per-line accrual hint in the invoice editors is entity-aware: new accruals.k1_hint (K1, förenklat årsbokslut) for EF, k2_hint stays for AB. - Periodisering wizard and year-end AccrualsStep relabel Revisionsarvode to Bokslutsarvode for EF, default the liability account to 2991 instead of 2992, and show a muted K1-floor intro line. All copy stays advisory (behöver normalt inte, never får inte): entity_type is a proxy since no förenklat-vs-full-årsbokslut flag exists. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): SEK-correct materiality floor, entity-type via settings, narrower personnel exemption Review fixes on the K1 periodisering branch: - The 5 000 kr floor now compares a SEK amount: queries select currency and subtotal_sek, the floor uses the periodisation share of subtotal_sek for foreign-currency invoices, and is skipped entirely when no SEK amount is resolvable (accrual-k2-hint precedent, DECISIONS.md 2026-07-26). - The accruals route resolves entity type via getCompanyEntityType (company_settings-primary, companies fallback) instead of reading companies.entity_type directly. - The personnel-cost exemption from the floor is narrowed from startsWith('7') to /^7[0-6]/: 78xx/79xx are not personnel costs. fix(selfhost): stop NEXT_PUBLIC_* flags being constant-folded out of the Docker build (#1656)
The image is built once with sentinel values
(ENV NEXT_PUBLIC_SELF_HOSTED=__NEXT_PUBLIC_SELF_HOSTED__) that
docker-entrypoint.sh seds into .next at container start. Comparing a flag in
place defeats that: the bundler inlines the sentinel, the minifier folds
"__NEXT_PUBLIC_SELF_HOSTED__" === 'true' to false and eliminates the branch, so
both the variable name and the sentinel disappear and sed has nothing left to
replace. The flag is then permanently false whatever the operator configures.
Diagnosed against a running self-hosted instance: the compiled gate read
function r(){return"true"!==process.env.FORCE_PAYWALL
&&"true"===process.env.DISABLE_PAYWALL}
with the isSelfHosted() branch gone. The un-prefixed FORCE_PAYWALL /
DISABLE_PAYWALL survived precisely because they are never inlined, and
NODE_ENV === 'development' was folded away by the same mechanism. The one
place the flag still worked, getSessionTimeoutConfig(env = process.env), reads
it off a parameter the bundler cannot fold.
Consequence: every Docker self-host ran with the entitlement paywall live, so
ai, bank_sync, skatteverket and email_send went dark 30 days after company
creation when the seeded trial grants expired. Nothing surfaced it, because
dev and the Vercel build both have real env values and never reproduce it.
Analytics, forced MFA, BankID and the hosted upload ceiling read the same flag
and were wrong in the same direction.
Flags are now read as values through lib/env/public-flags, which keeps the
sentinel in the output as a live string literal and defers the comparison to
runtime. flagEnabled uses a Set lookup rather than ===, which a minifier could
fold if it ever inlined the helper.
Guarded twice, because the source fix alone would not have caught this:
- check:guards folded-public-flag fails any in-place NEXT_PUBLIC_* comparison
(AST, no baseline, verified to fire on a probe file);
- docker-publish asserts the sentinels survive the built image, which is the
only artifact where the failure is observable.
npm test 14999 passed, npm run lint 0 errors, npm run check:guards clean.

fix(reports): route 77xx nedskrivningar to the anläggningstillgångar RR line (#1644)
* fix(reports): route 77xx nedskrivningar to the anläggningstillgångar RR line per BAS kopplingstabell The whole 7700-7799 block was mapped to "Nedskrivningar av omsättningstillgångar utöver normala nedskrivningar" in both the K2 årsredovisning mapper (preview + filed iXBRL) and the INK2R engine. Per the official BAS kopplingstabell (INK2R 3.9/3.10), only 774x and 779x belong there; 7700-7739 and 7750-7789 (nedskrivningar of anläggningstillgångar and their återföringar) belong on "Av- och nedskrivningar av materiella och immateriella anläggningstillgångar" together with 78xx. feat(supplier-invoices): sarskild loneskatt (SLP) pair on pension premium lines (#1534)
* feat(supplier-invoices): sarskild loneskatt (SLP) pair on pension premium lines Booking a tjanstepension invoice (e.g. Avanza) needs the buyer's own SLP beyond the payable: debit 7533 / credit 2514 at 24.26% of the premium (SLF 1991:687). The item-based debit-only form could not express the self-balancing pair, so users had to hand-edit the verifikat. - new leaf module lib/bookkeeping/slp-lines.ts: SLP_RATE (single source, re-exported by the bokslut calculator), isSlpPensionAccount (741x), generateSlpLines (7533 D / 2514 K, nets to zero) - migration adds supplier_invoice_items.apply_slp boolean default false - registration, cash, and privately-paid generators inject the pair for flagged 741x items, mirroring the reverse-charge injection; the balance guarantees keep 2440/1930/2893 at exactly the invoice total; the credit note generator reverses the pair (7533 K / 2514 D) - privately-paid balance guarantee now subtracts existing credits so the SLP 2514 leg never inflates the owner account - schema field apply_slp + guards in all create paths (main route, inbox convert, v1 REST, pending-operations executor): 400 SI_CREATE_SLP_INVALID_ACCOUNT on non-741x accounts, 400 SI_CREATE_SLP_ACCRUAL combined with periodisering - form: advisory hint on unflagged 741x rows with one-click opt-in and a quiet confirmation line when applied; totals box untouched (the invoice total stays the payable); AB review preview injects the same pair via the same generator for parity - year-end double-count guard: calculateSarskildLoneskatt subtracts SLP already posted to 7533 during the year (floored at zero) so bokslut never provisions flagged premiums twice Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(api-skill): regenerate suppliers reference for apply_slp The apiskill:check CI gate requires the generated accounted-api skill to stay in sync with the endpoint registry after the apply_slp addition. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(slp): carry apply_slp through v1 routes, MCP staging, preview and credit reversal Review findings on the SLP PR: - v1 credit route: SI_FULL_COLUMNS now projects items.apply_slp, so createSupplierCreditNoteEntry sees the flag and reverses the 7533/2514 pair booked at registration (it previously stood forever and the year-end netting under-provisioned). The flag is also copied onto the created credit-note items for parity with the web credit route. - v1 mark-paid: the items sub-select now includes apply_slp, so a kontantmetoden payment via v1 books the cash entry WITH the SLP pair, matching the web mark-paid. - v1 GET ?expand=items: SI_ITEM_COLUMNS includes apply_slp so the flag is readable back through the public API. - credit-note SLP base is abs of the SIGNED sum of flagged line_totals, not per-item abs: a mixed-sign flagged original (+10000/-2000) booked SLP on 8000 at registration and now reverses exactly that, not 12000. The expense-bucket per-item abs convention is untouched. - kontantmetod bank-match preview appends the same generateSlpLines pair the POST books, so the approved lines equal the committed lines. - MCP gnubok_create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox: line_overrides accepts apply_slp (optional boolean), plumbs it into the staged operation's items, and rejects non-741x resolved accounts at staging time with the bilingual SI_CREATE_SLP_INVALID_ACCOUNT texts. - DECISIONS.md: five entries for today's decisions. Every behavioral fix has a test verified to fail without it. * feat(bokslut): kontantmetoden year-end cut-off for fordringar and skulder Under kontantmetoden nothing reaches 1510/2440 during the year, but BFL 5 kap 2 § still requires fordringar och skulder to be booked at rakenskapsarets utgang. That conversion did not exist: the AR/AP tie-outs were permanently unreconciled by construction for all cash companies, and the balance sheet omitted every open invoice. Adds lib/core/bookkeeping/kontantmetod-cutoff.ts: Fordringar: Debit 1510 / Credit 30xx / Credit 2618|2628|2638 Skulder: Debit 4-6xxx / Debit 2648 / Credit 2440 Moms goes to the VILANDE accounts, never 2611/2641. Under bokslutsmetoden moms is reported at payment, and the vilande accounts are deliberately absent from ACCOUNT_RUTA / ACCOUNT_TO_BOX, so parking it there keeps it out of the momsdeklaration until the invoice is actually paid. Booking it to 2641 would claim the deduction a period early. Two aggregate verifikat, each reversed on day 1 of the next period, and no invoices.journal_entry_id link: the payment flows route on that link, so per-invoice linking would send every new-year payment down the accrual clearing path against a receivable the vandning already removed. Leaving it unset means a new-year payment still books the normal kontantmetoden cash entry at the real payment date. Outstanding is computed from payment DATES, not remaining_amount: an invoice settled in January was still a fordran on 31 December, and reading remaining_amount would shrink the cut-off every day the bokslut is delayed. Surfaced as a bokslut wizard reminder (warning, not a blocker: promoting it would newly block every cash company mid-bokslut, which is a separate call). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): address compliance review on the kontantmetoden cut-off Three findings from the Swedish compliance review, all real: 1. BFL 5 kap 6-7 § traceability. The aggregate verifikat collected invoice references but never wrote them, so an examiner could not trace the 1510/2440 posting back to the affarshandelser behind it. Invoice numbers now go into the entry `notes` via buildCutoffNote(), truncated past 50 so the note stays a pointer to the reskontra rather than a copy of it. 2. Non-atomic posting. The cut-off and its vandning were two sequential creates with no rollback: if the reversal threw, 1510/2440 stayed permanently inflated and every new-year payment would double-book, which is exactly what the module docstring warns about. postKontantmetodCutoff now asserts the target period exists, is open, and contains the reversal date BEFORE posting anything, so the common failures refuse without writing. If a reversal still fails after its cut-off committed, the cut-off is stornoed through reverseEntry() (BFL 5 kap 5 §: never edit or delete a posted entry) and the original error is rethrown. 3. Silent vat_treatment default. Missing vat_treatment fell back to 25 %, which would route a 12/6/undantagen invoice to the wrong vilande account AND the wrong revenue account. Such rows are now collected into CutoffCollection.unknownVatTreatment, excluded from the cut-off, refused by the posting step, and surfaced as their own wizard reminder. Adds 11 cases for postKontantmetodCutoff, which had none: every refusal path asserts nothing was posted, and the storno-compensation path is covered in both the happy and the storno-also-failed direction. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): never split a reverse charge across the cut-off Second compliance round. Verified the three data-dependent findings against production before changing anything; two needed no change, one is hardened: - Credit notes are NOT silently dropped: all 22 credit notes on prod carry document_type='invoice', so they are inside the collected set exactly as the comment claims. The filter only excludes proforma and delivery_note. - Vilande account numbers verified against the BAS 2026 chart in lib/bookkeeping/bas-data: 2618/2628/2638 utgaende, 2648 ingaende. The suggested 2617/2627/2637 do not exist. - Reverse charge: all 123 RC supplier invoices on prod carry vat_amount = 0, so no RC moms could reach 2648 today. That was an implicit data invariant, not an enforced one. CutoffPayable now carries reverseCharge and forces the cut-off moms to 0 for those rows, so a stray amount can never post a one-sided reverse charge into the single vilande bucket. The self-assessed output/input pair stays with the payment entry, after the vandning. Also names the reskontra as the underlag in a truncated aggregate note, so the verifikat points at its specification rather than implying the listed subset is the whole of it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): surface stray moms on momsfri invoices instead of absorbing it Third compliance round, one legitimate new finding: moms on a treatment that cannot carry Swedish output moms (export, omvand betalningsskyldighet, undantagen) was folded into the revenue line with only a log.warn. That balances the verifikat while silently swallowing a real invoicing error, which is the netting the swedish-vat reference prohibits, and it was inconsistent with how the same module already treats a missing vat_treatment. Those rows now travel the same path as a missing treatment: collected into CutoffCollection.strayVatOnZeroRate, excluded from the cut-off, refused by the posting step, and surfaced as their own wizard reminder. buildCutoffLines keeps its balancing fallback for the case where such a row reaches it directly: it is now a last resort rather than the normal path, and it must still never invent a moms account nor unbalance the verifikat. fix(copy): make K3 and year-end claims match what the code actually does (#1431)
* fix(copy): make K3, leasing and year-end claims match what the code does
Follow-up to the batch that removed the uppskjuten-skatt posting on
obeskattade reserver (K3 29.37 gross in juridisk person) and added the K2
asset-account gate. Six user-facing strings still described the old
behaviour or made claims the code cannot support.
1. Arsredovisning page: the K3 explainer promised an uppskjuten skatt-not
and a materiella anlaggningstillgangar-not in every K3 document. Both
are conditional (a 2240/8940 balance, assets in the register) and the
first is now absent in the normal case. The kassaflodesanalys is
dropped with a warning when it cannot be generated, so it is named
only when the document actually carries one.
2. Regelverk settings: kassaflodesanalys was presented as following from
K3. It follows from being ett storre foretag
(swedish-year-end-closing/references/reporting-and-filing.md:10,
legal-framework.md:42); the copy now says the product includes one and
states the storre-foretag rule separately. Komponentavskrivning was
presented as optional under K3; it is mandatory where component useful
lives differ materially (k2-vs-k3.md:5, asset-accounting
references/depreciation.md:33).
3. Note 1 and the Uppskjutna skatter-not no longer claim the 2240 balance
is hanforlig till obeskattade reserver. deriveLatentTaxMovement reads
the 2240/8940 balances only, and under K3 that account carries deferred
tax on all temporary differences (k2-vs-k3.md:11-13).
4. The deferredTax 'unknown' branch emitted the gross-reserve statement,
which is the denial phrased positively: the same affirmative claim
about books that could not be read. It now emits no deferred-tax
paragraph at all; build-data already warns on that path.
5. Capitalized-lease detection looked at 1260/1269 only. On the shipped
BAS 2026 chart 1260 is a free inventarier account and 1269 is ack.
avskrivningar pa datorer, so owned computers were reported as leased,
while 1217/1227 (finansiellt leasade) were missed. Detection now reads
the company's own account names in kontogrupp 12, which is where BAS
keeps capitalized leases (leasing-and-disposal.md:28) and which owned
inventarier on 1220 never matches. 1720 forutbetalda leasingavgifter
stays out: that is the operational treatment.
6a. gnubok_year_end_readiness listed FX revaluation as a blocker (it is a
warning) and omitted UNBOOKED_TRANSACTIONS, the common one. The
description now names every actionable blocker kind, within the
280-char budget, and a test pins it against YEAR_END_BLOCKER_KIND.
6b. companies.accounting_framework defaults to 'k2', so every enskild
firma hit the K2 asset gate and was handed a BFNAR 2016:10 punkt 10.4
citation plus a K3 remedy it cannot take: a sole trader prepares ett
forenklat arsbokslut, not an arsredovisning (legal-framework.md:29,
:48). entity_type now rides along on the companies read the routes
already do, and non-AB entities get wording with no citation and no
K3, keeping the 1090 remedy. The K1 counterpart of punkt 10.4 is not
sourced in the repo skills, so nothing was invented in its place.
* fix(copy): close the review findings on the copy-truth sweep
Three follow-ups from the source and code reviews. (1) The K2/K3 help text had upgraded a vague sentence into a definite boundary claim ('gransen gar vid <trosklar>'), which excludes the other routes into mandatory K3 that are live right now for this control's audience: noterade vardepapper, and from fiscal years starting after 2025-12-31 also utlandsk filial, kryptotillgangar, aktierelaterade ersattningar and fastighetsbolag. An AB in one of those categories would have read the sentence and stayed on a regelverk it may no longer use. (2) hasCapitalizedLeaseAsset compared per-side cumulative totals, so a lease acquired earlier and disposed this year still claimed the balance sheet carries a leased asset; it now compares the net balance. (3) The K3 warning enumerated a kassaflodesanalys the document may not contain, contradicting the newly conditional page copy on the same screen.

fix(arsredovisning): truthful K3 policy note and GRANSKNINGSUTKAST watermark (#1423)
* fix(arsredovisning): truthful K3 policy note and GRANSKNINGSUTKAST watermark The K3 redovisningsprinciper note asserted policies the engine does not follow: full balansrakningsmetoden deferred tax and finance lease capitalization. The note now states actual practice: deferred tax only on obeskattade reserver at 20,6 percent, all leases expensed as operational. Every K3 report is classified AR-K3-DRAFT-ONLY, so the K3 PDF now carries a fixed rotated GRANSKNINGSUTKAST watermark on every page, and the arsredovisning studio shows an always visible AttnLine for K3 explaining that the document cannot be locked or filed via Accounted yet. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(arsredovisning): stop the two K3 deferred-tax notes contradicting each other The redovisningsprinciper note said deferred tax on obeskattade reserver is not separately recognised in juridisk person, while the "Uppskjutna skatter" note right after it disclosed exactly that split plus the 8940 movement. A signed arsredovisning cannot say both. Both notes are now driven by one derivation (deriveLatentTaxMovement in build-data.ts, computed before note 1 is built): with no 2240/8940 activity the policy paragraph states the gross treatment K3 29.37 permits and no movement note is emitted; with a 2240 balance the paragraph discloses the recognised liability and points at the movement note. Neither text claims a measurement rate or an origin the builder cannot verify, since a balance can come from the K3 bokslutsdisposition, a legacy posting or an SIE import booked at 22 or 21,4 percent. The leasing paragraph now states the basis for its blanket treatment: the document is always a single juridisk person with no koncernredovisning, so the K3 punkt 20.29 exemption applies. Without that qualifier the paragraph asserted a treatment that is not the general K3 rule. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(arsredovisning): never assert a K3 policy the books can contradict Three cases where the principles note still made claims it could not back: a read failure on the 2240/8940 figures printed the affirmative denial anyway, the leasing paragraph asserted a fact about the entity's group obligations that a Koncernforhallanden note in the same document can contradict, and the blanket operational-lease claim survived even when the balance sheet carries leased assets on 1260/1269. Deferred tax becomes a tri-state (none/recognized/unknown) and leasing is driven by the same trial balance. fix(bokslut): remove uppskjuten skatt on obeskattade reserver in juridisk person (K3 29.37) (#1421)
* fix(bokslut): remove uppskjuten skatt on obeskattade reserver in juridisk person (K3 29.37) and confirm K3 to K2 reversion In juridisk person K3 29.37 keeps obeskattade reserver at gross; the 79.4/20.6 split belongs to koncernredovisning. The old disposition double-counted the tax portion (result charged twice, 2240 overstated on top of gross 21xx). Removes the proposal step, POST kind, UI case, K2-to-K3 account seeding and the interim framework gate; keeps LATENT_TAX_DEFAULT_RATE for analytical soliditet presentation. Also adds the K3-to-K2 consequence confirmation dialog in settings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(decisions): scope the batch log to shipped code and record the 29.37 election nuance Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): stop promising deferred-tax accounting the engine no longer does The framework help text and the K2-to-K3 confirmation both told the user that switching to K3 means uppskjuten skatt is recognised separately on 2240/8940 with a 79.4/20.6 split. This PR removes exactly that behaviour, so the copy would have promised something the product does not do, which is the defect class this batch exists to remove. Both now describe what actually happens: kassaflodesanalys, komponentavskrivning and a wider note set, with obeskattade reserver carried gross per K3 29.37. fix(assets): block Ej K2 accounts for K2 companies and fix immaterial defaults (#1422)
* fix(assets): block Ej K2 accounts for K2 companies and fix immaterial defaults K2 companies (BFNAR 2016:10 punkt 10.4) may not capitalize internally developed intangibles, but the asset register defaulted the immaterial category onto 1010/1019 (Utvecklingsutgifter) for everyone and had no framework gate beyond K3_REQUIRED_FOR_COMPONENTS. - New K2_EXCLUDED_ACCOUNT gate (422) in POST /api/assets and PATCH /api/assets/[id]: when accounting_framework is not k3, reject any asset whose resolved asset or accumulated account is flagged k2_excluded in the BAS reference. Resolution mirrors the service defaults so category defaults cannot sneak onto 1010/1019; patches that leave category and accounts untouched skip the gate so legacy assets stay editable. - Shared guard helper in lib/bokslut/assets/k2-account-guard.ts; code registered in structured-errors.ts with Swedish and English messages. - CreateAssetDialog: non K3 companies now book immaterial assets on the purchased pair 1090/1099 with a quiet hint that egenupparbetad utveckling requires K3; K3 companies picking immaterial see a note about fond for utvecklingsutgifter (2089) per ARL 4 kap. 2 par. - Route tests: K2 rejected on 1010 defaults and explicit overrides, K2 accepted on purchased accounts, K3 accepted on 1010, PATCH equivalents and a gate skip regression test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(assets): cite punkt 10.4 only when the intangible group triggered the K2 gate The K2 gate fires on ANY account the BAS chart flags k2_excluded, but the rejection hardcoded an egenupparbetade immateriella / BFNAR 2016:10 punkt 10.4 citation. The flag also covers accounts excluded from K2 for unrelated reasons (1370/2240/8940 uppskjuten skatt, 1518, 2089, 2092, 2096, 2448, 3940, 7940, 8290 to 8480), so those users got a factually wrong legal citation in a compliance product. PATCH can reach them today: UpdateAssetSchema has no BAS range refinement, so an explicit bas_asset_account override outside the category range hits the gate before updateAsset() raises its range error. - k2ExcludedAccountMessages() now picks the wording from what actually triggered the gate. The boundary is derived from the chart itself (k2_excluded + account_class 1 + kontogrupp 10), which is exactly the egenupparbetade set 1010, 1011, 1012, 1018, 1019, 1081; no magic list, so a flag change in bas-data moves the boundary with it. Other Ej K2 accounts get a generic message: the chart marks it Ej K2 and it requires K3, with no invented paragraph reference. - Both messages are bilingual (message_sv / message_en, registry shape) and the routes now return message_en alongside message. - The static K2_EXCLUDED_ACCOUNT registry entry drops the intangible citation too: it is the code level fallback for every k2_excluded account. - Tests: route level distinction pinned in id.test.ts (1010/1081 cite 10.4, 1370 must not), plus a guard unit test asserting the derived group and that no non group 10 Ej K2 account ever cites 10.4. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(assets): let K2 companies register acquired intangibles, server side The K2 gate blocked a lawful case. K2 forbids only EGENUPPARBETADE immateriella tillgangar; acquired ones may be recognized (k2-vs-k3.md:24, "Only acquired intangibles may be recognized"). But asset-service still resolved category 'immaterial' to 1010/1019 for everyone, and only CreateAssetDialog compensated with an explicit 1090/1099 override. EditAssetDialog sends just the changed fields and has no account inputs, so a K2 aktiebolag recategorizing a bought licence to "Immateriell tillgang" hit the defaults, got a 422, and was told to switch the company to K3, which would pull in komponentavskrivning and uppskjuten skatt and rewrite the whole arsredovisning. The asset stayed on 1220/1229 and kept being presented as a tangible asset. - defaultAccountsForCategory(category, framework) is the single resolution point: immaterial resolves to the acquired pair 1090/1099 unless the framework is k3, every other category is unchanged. Both createAsset() and updateAsset()'s category realign go through resolveDefaultAccounts(), which reads companies.accounting_framework only for the intangible category and throws rather than guessing when that read fails. Explicit overrides and the realign-skip semantics are untouched. - Both routes resolve gate accounts through the same function, so the check mirrors what the service will persist. A K2 company on the defaults now passes; a deliberate override onto 1010/1011/1012/1018/1019/1081 still 422s. - CreateAssetDialog drops its now redundant client override so the two surfaces cannot drift; the hint text stays. - The 422 no longer asserts the company's framework (the companies read behind it discards its error, so a transient failure would assert it against a K3 company) and no longer proposes a regelverk change. It states that the account is reserved for egenupparbetade utvecklingsutgifter, which require K3, and points at 1090 for an acquired intangible. Punkt 10.4 stays scoped to the kontogrupp 10 group, derived from the chart as before. sv and en. fix(year-end): typed preflight blocker codes so remediation links render (#1420)
* fix(year-end): typed preflight blocker codes so remediation links render validateYearEndReadiness emits Swedish blocker strings but the wizard's BlockerRow matched English phrases, so no remediation link ever rendered, and the voucher-gap branch pointed at /bookkeeping/voucher-gaps which only exists as an API route. Blockers now carry stable machine codes end to end (YearEndBlockerCode on YearEndValidation.blockers, mirrored additively as blockerItems on BokslutReadinessReport); errors stays the plain string mirror so the v1 compliance check and MCP tool keep their exact shapes. BlockerRow matches on code and links only to pages that exist; the voucher-gap and dead-link branches are removed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(year-end): code the unbooked-transaction blockers #1414 added #1414 landed two new blockers in validateYearEndReadiness using the old errors.push style, which this branch had already renamed to a typed blockers array. Merging main left them referencing a variable that no longer exists. Converted both to the typed scheme: UNBOOKED_TRANSACTIONS (the safety guard that stops executeYearEndClosing from aborting at the step 7 lock AFTER the closing entry posted at step 4) and UNBOOKED_CHECK_FAILED (the fail-closed variant). Neither behaviour changes; both keep their Swedish wording verbatim. The MCP year_end_readiness classifier now routes on the stable YearEndBlockerCode instead of regexing the Swedish message, with the wording heuristic kept as a fallback for an unmapped or legacy English message. The public `kind` values are unchanged, so MCP consumers see the same output; both new codes map to 'unbooked_transactions' as before, since an agent reacts to "we could not tell" the same way it reacts to a real count. UNBOOKED_TRANSACTIONS gets a /transactions remediation link in the preflight step: that page is where a transaction is booked or marked private, the two remedies the message names. UNBOOKED_CHECK_FAILED gets none: the remedy is to re-run the check. --------- Co-authored-by: Jakob Wennberg <311770904+jakobwennberg-oss@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(bokslut): surface unbooked transactions and AR/AP tie-outs in year-end preflight (#1414)
* fix(bokslut): surface unbooked transactions and AR/AP tie-outs in year-end preflight Two gaps in the year-end readiness layer: 1. Unbooked bank transactions were enforced only by lockPeriod, which runs at step 7 of executeYearEndClosing, AFTER the closing entry has posted at step 4. A period with unbooked transactions reported ready: true from gnubok_year_end_readiness and the wizard, then aborted mid-flow, leaving a posted closing entry on an unlocked, unclosed period. The readiness check now runs the same counter as the lock guard (countUnbookedInPeriod, so the number reconciles with the "att bokföra" badge) as a blocking error, failing closed if the check cannot run. The lockPeriod guard stays as defense in depth. The MCP classifier tags the new blocker as kind unbooked_transactions. 2. The Phase-1 avstamningar (kundreskontra vs 1510, leverantörsreskontra vs 2440) existed as reports (lib/reports/ar-reconciliation.ts, supplier-reconciliation.ts) but were wired only to the ledger report routes, never to the bokslut preflight. The readiness aggregator now runs both tie-outs and surfaces mismatches as warning-severity reminders with deep links, mirroring the bank-reconciliation reminder. Warnings only, never blockers: a difference can be legitimate (FX-settled partials). Skipped entirely for kontantmetod companies, where open invoices are deliberately not on 1510/2440 until the year-end conversion exists and the tie-out is permanently unreconciled by construction. Unconvertible-FX rows produce a "could not reconcile" message instead of a phantom difference. YearEndValidation gains an optional unbookedTransactionCount field; the v1 compliance endpoint and MCP readiness tool pick the new blocker up automatically since they share the same engine. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): classify the next-period-IB readiness blocker instead of kind other The blocker "Nästa räkenskapsperiod har redan ingående balanser bokförda" was the only validateYearEndReadiness error with no classifier regex, so it always surfaced as kind: 'other'. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): log swallowed AR/AP tie-out failures in the readiness aggregator Compliance-review finding: a rejected tie-out produced no reminder and no log entry, making a failed avstämning control indistinguishable from a reconciled one. Still degrades to no reminder (advisory check), but the rejection reason is now traceable, mirroring the unbooked-transaction check's logging. feat(bokslut): IL 18 kap pooled tax depreciation with method election (#1393)
* feat(bokslut): IL 18 kap pooled tax depreciation with method election Rakenskapsenlig (huvudregel 30 / kompletteringsregel 20) and restvarde 25 as a company-level annual pool separate from per-asset book depreciation. Method election persisted with immutable snapshots and book-conformity confirmation for rakenskapsenlig. Ratchet naive-ore-round baseline down by 3. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): resolve tax-depreciation period selects statically The no-phantom-columns guard counts every select it cannot resolve toward a hard ceiling, and the PERIOD_COLUMNS join pushed the repo 4 over (364 > 360). Inline the literal column list at the four call sites so the guard verifies these columns instead of skipping them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): address review findings on tax depreciation election - DepreciationPanel: gate the saving flag on a dedicated save sequence so a successful save (which refreshes the view and bumps the request version) no longer leaves the card permanently busy - computeTaxDepreciation: refuse kompletteringsregel_20 with a positive basis and no acquisition cohorts instead of degenerating to a full write-off the cohort evidence does not support (IL 18 kap. 17 §) - migration 227000: judge the asset-method guards on NEW.disposed_at so reversing a disposal cannot reactivate a grandfathered non-linear row - migration 227200: require snapshot column completeness in the CHECK; SQL NULL semantics let partially populated snapshots pass the pure arithmetic comparisons - depreciation route: use the string issue code 'custom' like the rest of the codebase instead of the Zod 3 compat enum Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fixes #325 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(assets): harden disposal per review and pg-real findings - commit_asset_disposal now uses the NULL-safe caller_is_company_member() guard (tenant-guard ratchet) and passes the allowed 'user_accept' commit_method instead of the unlisted 'asset_disposal' value - disposal metadata invariants validated in the RPC (non-negative proceeds/VAT, VAT requires a treatment, VAT <= gross, scrap carries no proceeds) since the RPC is independently callable - new FK and CHECK constraints added NOT VALID + VALIDATE CONSTRAINT so the migration never blocks writes on the hot journal_entries table - disposeAsset paginates fiscal periods and depreciation schedules with fetchAllRows; jamkning_remaining_years keeps a valid 0 (?? not ||) - engine imports shared AssetDisposalType/AssetJamkningDirection/ VatTreatment unions; post-commit reload retries once and logs before surfacing, so a transient read cannot masquerade as a failed disposal - dispose page parses Swedish-formatted amounts (125 000,50) and blocks submission on unparseable proceeds - assets pg tests write disposal attributes in the disposal transition itself and gain a regression test that the register is frozen after Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(bokslut): calculate and book overavskrivningar (2150/8850) (#1379)
Add an automatic excess-depreciation calculator for machinery and equipment under IL 18 kap: 30-rule and 20-rule residuals (fiscal-period aware for short and long years), ledger vs asset-register reconciliation, fail-closed blocking states, and a signed proposal that books via the dispositions flow (8853/2153). Releases of an over-target reserve are mandatory and not overridable; increases are optional and capped server-side. Fixes #323 Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(invariants): shared format contracts + upgrade-path CI (#1364)
* feat(invariants): centralise shared format contracts, reconcile the org-number paths
The same format rules were written out independently across the codebase, and
where they disagreed the disagreement was invisible until a filing failed.
Worst case, now fixed: four Skatteverket- and Bolagsverket-bound export paths
each had their own idea of a valid organisationsnummer.
lib/skatteverket/format.ts strip '-' only threw on any input with a space
lib/salary/ku/ku10-generator.ts replace('-', '') first hyphen only, spaces survived
lib/salary/agi/xml-generator.ts strip non-digits stray letters passed the length check
lib/bokslut/ixbrl/validate /^\d{6}-?\d{4}$/ rejected the 12-digit form, no Luhn
A company stored with a space or in 12-digit form could file AGI all year and
then fail at the arsredovisning deadline with a message that did not say why.
lib/invariants/ now owns account number, ISO date, four-digit fiscal year and
org number, each with the rationale recorded next to the rule. normalizeOrgNumber
moves here from lib/company-lookup/ and isSaneDateString from lib/utils.ts; both
old paths re-export, so no caller changes. lib/api/schemas.ts builds its
primitives on the module, so ~100 schemas inherit any correction.
The arsredovisning check-digit verdict is a warn, not an error: a wrong Luhn
digit is almost certainly a typo worth surfacing, but whether every org number
Bolagsverket accepts satisfies Luhn is a Swedish domain question we have not
verified against a primary source, and an error there blocks Skicka in. We do
not block a statutory filing on an unverified assumption.
KU10 still passes a 12-digit stored org number through unfolded. That is
pre-existing, and whether the KU10 schema wants 10 or 12 digits is not covered
by the swedish-payroll skill, so it is pinned by a test rather than changed
silently.
Guard 8 (hand-rolled-invariant) tracks the remaining 114 inline copies as a
ratchet that may only go down, same mechanism as the roundOre guard.

* test(ci): add an upgrade-path job that applies new migrations against real data
The pg-real job applies all 548 migrations to an EMPTY database. Empty means
zero rows, so a migration that adds a NOT NULL, adds a CHECK, creates a unique
index or backfills passes trivially in CI and can still fail on production,
where the rows exist. CI proved that a fresh install works; nothing proved that
an existing install upgrades.
The new pg-upgrade job: apply the schema as it stands at the merge base, seed a
small real company (three posted verifikat, balanced lines, one ore-level
amount), then apply ONLY the migrations this PR adds, then assert the data
survived (entries still posted, lines intact, ledger still balances, ore
unchanged, voucher numbers sequential). A PR with no migration no-ops.
Verified locally against supabase/postgres:15.8.1.060 rather than assumed, with
three deliberately bad migrations:
rescale money on posted lines empty: would pass seeded: ERROR (immutability trigger)
CHECK violating the ore row empty: exit 0 seeded: exit 3
NOT NULL on a populated column empty: exit 0 seeded: exit 3
Base migrations are read out of the merge-base git tree, not the working tree,
so a PR that edits an already-shipped migration still gets the original applied
and the edit surfaces as a failure here.

* docs: record the invariants and upgrade-CI decisions
Two entries covering what this PR changes and, more importantly, the calls that
are not obvious from the diff: why the arsredovisning check-digit verdict is a
warning rather than an error, why KU10's 12-digit passthrough is pinned instead
of fixed, and why the ROT/RUT brf org-number schemas stay on their own rule.

* docs(test): mark the upgrade fixture as CI-only, never a production template
The fixture writes posted journal_entries and their lines directly, bypassing
the engine and the atomic commit RPC. That is the only way to hand a migration
pre-existing posted rows to break, and it is safe against a throwaway CI
database, but it reads like a sanctioned pattern to anyone who finds it later.
Says so explicitly, with the reason it is confined here (no voucher sequence to
keep gapless, no retention obligation on a database destroyed with the job) and
a pointer back to Hard Rule 2 for anything touching a real database.
Raised by the Swedish compliance review bot on #1364.

fix(reports): stop the resultatavslut zeroing declarations, and make the mistake uninventable (#1293)
* fix(settings): explain why account deletion is blocked The delete-account button was disabled while the user still owned companies, but the reason only lived behind the "?" on the blocker row, so the greyed-out button read as broken. Surface it as one visible attn sentence directly under the button, and point aria-describedby at it whenever the button is disabled, not only on a load error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(enable-banking): share one PSD2 consent across a user's companies Connecting the same bank for a second company required a second BankID, and at SEB that new authorization silently revoked the first one. A user with four companies at one bank therefore signed four times a quarter and ended up with three dead feeds, each still rendering as "Aktiv" with a stale last_synced_at until someone pressed Synka. Prod says this is not one customer: every SEB customer holding connections in more than one company has had an earlier company stop syncing at the moment the next was authorized, most of them while the consent was still formally valid for weeks. The same measurement over other banks is far quieter, so the one-active-session-per-PSU limit is real and ASPSP-side. Enable Banking already supports the shape we want. POST /auth carries no account restriction, so a session covers every account the user ticked at the bank, and GET /accounts/{uid}/transactions takes no session id, so a second company can sync its own accounts from an existing session. bank_connections has no unique constraint on session_id, so this needs no migration. Adds lib/session-sharing.ts plus GET /reusable-sessions and POST /attach. When a live session in another of the user's companies still exposes accounts no company syncs, the settings panel offers to reuse it: the new row shares session_id and consent_expires, carries only the unclaimed accounts, and lands in pending_selection so the existing IBAN-aware account picker does the ledger mapping. Only the consent is shared; accounts, cash_accounts and transactions stay strictly per-company. Sharing a session changes three lifecycle paths, all handled here: - Disconnect and reconnect now refcount before revoking. A blind revoke would take down a sibling company's feed, which is the exact failure this removes. The count runs on a service-role client because RLS hides a sibling in a company the user has since left, and it fails closed: an uncertain count is treated as shared, since a lingering consent lapses on its own in 90 days while a wrongly revoked one kills a working feed. - A renewed consent fans out to every company sharing the old session, and re-points their account uids by IBAN. Several ASPSPs reissue uids on re-authorization, so carrying the session id alone would have left siblings calling retired uids and re-broken them every quarter. This is also why the superseded session_id is no longer nulled at /connect: the callback needs it. - The nightly probe runs once per distinct session and applies the verdict to every row holding it, and expiry mails are keyed per (user, session), so one dead consent is one probe and one mail rather than four of each. Only enabled cash_accounts rows count as claiming an IBAN. The callback mirrors every account in a consent, deselected ones included, so counting any row as a claim would leave nothing offerable once the first company connects. An account handed to a company also stops being offered while that company's picker is still open, closing the window where two companies could book the same physical account. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ink2): read the resultaträkning from the pre-closing books INK2R summed journal entries raw, so it included the resultatavslut that zeroes every P&L account into 2099 at year-end. Nettoomsättning, kostnader, periodiseringsfond and skatt all came out as 0, which cascaded into INK2S 7650/7651 and the taxable result. INK2 is always filed after bokslut, so this was every real declaration, and nothing warned: with the P&L at zero the balance sheet still tied out. INK2R now reads two views of the same period. The balance sheet comes from the closed books so 7302 keeps arets resultat via 2099; the income statement comes from the pre-closing books via excludeFinalClosingEntry, which drops only fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id so skatt and bokslutsdispositioner stay on the form (7525, 7528). The equity adjustment is now conditional on a posted closing entry having moved the result into 2099. Second, independent bug: accounts were mapped by BAS number with no regard for the sign of the balance, so konto 1630 with a credit was reported as a negative fordran instead of a skatteskuld and konto 2641 with a debit was netted off the liabilities. The three sign-reclassification rules the K2 iXBRL mapper already had are extracted to lib/reports/sign-reclassification .ts and applied to INK2R too, so both statutory reports present the same balance sheet. Only the rule table is shared: k2-mapper keeps its sumOre arithmetic because the iXBRL path is ore-exact while INK2R truncates per SFL 22:1. NE-bilaga had the same empty-resultatrakning bug and gets the same fix. Adds the closed-period coverage that was missing: the old tests only exercised the mapping table against an open period, the one state in which the engine happened to work. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): make the year-end closing decision explicit at every call site generateTrialBalance took two optional booleans, so a caller that never thought about the resultatavslut silently got 'include'. That is the wrong default for anything summing class 3-8: the closing verifikat posts the mirror image of every P&L account into 2099 inside the same period, so the report reads ZERO across the board while the balance sheet still ties out and nothing warns. The booleans are replaced by a required closingEntry: 'include' | 'exclude-final' | 'exclude-all-year-end' with no default, so the build fails until each call site decides. All 40 were audited individually; every one keeps its current behaviour except the two that were provably broken: - Resultatrapport read zero on every line for a closed year, in JSON, PDF and XLSX, and its prior-year comparison column read zero for anyone whose previous year was closed. - Resultat per projekt (dimension-pnl) had the same defect and must stay in lockstep with Resultatrapport to keep reconciling. Both now pass 'exclude-all-year-end', which keeps them agreeing with the formal Resultaträkning rather than pre-empting Stage 2 of #1051 (DECISIONS.md:632). Deliberately unchanged and recorded in DECISIONS.md: the KPI expense composition, which is blank for a closed year but cannot be fixed without a migration and a displayed-figure change, and getBookedBolagsskatt, whose contract is an open period and whose call chain already caused a too-high-tax customer bug once. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(vat): keep the resultatavslut out of the momsdeklaration The closing verifikat posts the mirror image of every P&L account into 2099 inside the same fiscal period. Revenue accounts drive rutor 05, 39 and 40, so any VAT period containing the fiscal-year end reported NEGATED turnover once the year was closed. get_vat_declaration_totals already excluded vat_settlement and opening_balance entries, but not this one. Reproduced read-only against production: for December of a closed year the December declaration reported ruta 39 = -794 734 kr. After the fix that period reports 0 and the January period carrying the real sale is unchanged at 794 734 kr. Keyed on fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id, not source_type = 'year_end': avskrivningar, periodiseringsfond and skatt share that source_type and must keep whatever VAT effect they carry. A reversed closing entry is retained together with its storno so the pair still nets to zero, the same predicate trial-balance.ts uses for closingEntry: 'exclude-final'. Migration applied to the staging branch only; prod gets it via merge. The pg test is written but has NOT been executed locally (no DATABASE_URL configured and no local Postgres), so CI is its first real run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(kpi): keep the resultatavslut off the monthly chart The monthly income/expense chart summed every posted entry in the fiscal period. The closing verifikat posts the mirror image of every P&L account, so once a year was closed the fiscal-year-end month charted the whole year's revenue as negative income. Measured read-only on production: 28 companies across 34 month-rows. The worst case charted December income as -10 347 459,81 kr where the real figure is +12,88 kr. Other examples: -1 868 731 -> +128 730, -1 850 501 -> +431 709. Both paths are fixed together so they keep agreeing: the RPC's monthly section now joins the tb_ex_ye_entries CTE it already computes for tb_ex_year_end, and monthly-breakdown.ts (the dimension-filtered fallback and the MCP path) gains the matching source_type filter plus the storno/correction chain of REVERSED year-end entries, so an undone bokslut does not leave half a pair behind. Migration 20260723180000 had recorded the omission as deliberate, on the grounds that it mirrored the JS scan. It did, but the JS scan was wrong. Migration applied to the staging branch (function body identical; three comment lines differ from the committed file). Prod gets the file via merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): pin every statement generator against a closed fiscal year The per-generator suites all exercised an OPEN fiscal period, which is the one state in which a generator that forgets the resultatavslut happens to work. Declarations are filed AFTER bokslut, so the untested state was the only state that occurs in production. That is why the same defect could ship three times. Two new suites over one shared fixture (closed-year-fixture.ts, a synthetic closed AB with a resultatavslut, a credit 1630 and a debit 2641): closed-year-statements.test.ts enumerates the generators and asserts each reports the year's revenue rather than zero, plus its own bottom line. The table IS the checklist: a new report either appears in it or nothing stops it shipping with this bug. Verified by regressing income-statement back to closingEntry 'include', which fails 2 of its assertions. cross-surface-agreement.test.ts asserts the surfaces agree with each other, which is what every customer complaint actually was. INK2R and the K2 årsredovisning must produce the same årets resultat, the same fritt eget kapital, the same sign reclassifications and the same balance total. The operational family (Resultaträkning, Resultatrapport) must agree internally, and the gap BETWEEN the families is asserted explicitly as bokslutsdispositioner + skatt, so when Stage 2 of #1051 lands the test names the expectation to change instead of failing vaguely. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(guards): ratchet against new reports that scan the ledger directly A statement generator that aggregates journal_entry_lines itself has to remember, on its own, that the resultatavslut posts the mirror image of every P&L account into 2099 inside the same fiscal period. Three forgot, and each read ZERO revenue for a closed year while the balance sheet still tied out, so nothing warned. generateTrialBalance now requires an explicit closingEntry mode, which makes that decision a compile error. This guard is what keeps NEW reports on that path: any generator under lib/reports or lib/bokslut that reads journal_entry_lines and is not in the baseline set fails CI. Verified by adding a throwaway report, which the guard rejects by name. Voucher and line listings (general-ledger, journal-register, SIE export, reconciliation, diagnostics) are sanctioned: they show the ledger as posted and have no closingEntry decision to make. Four existing lib/bokslut files are grandfathered rather than migrated. One of them is a genuine open follow-up recorded in DECISIONS.md: sarskild-loneskatt-calculator sums 7410-7419 with no year-end exclusion, so its basis reads ~0 if it runs against an already-closed period. Left alone deliberately: it is a tax figure whose call chain has caused a customer bug before and deserves its own verified change. Also ratchets naive-ore-round down 646 -> 641. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): pin where sign reclassification applies, in both directions No behaviour change. The sweep asked whether the 1630/2641 sign reclassification should be extended to the remaining balance-sheet surfaces; the answer is that there are none left. Both STATUTORY presentations already have it: the K2 iXBRL årsredovisning since 2026-07-23 and INK2R since 2026-07-29. The other two balance-sheet surfaces must NOT have it: /rapporter Balansräkning and Balansrapport are organised by account number under BAS-prefix headings, and balansrapport documents an invariant that depends on every row staying debit-positive where it was booked. Moving konto 1630 into a liability section would break the add-the-rows-to-verify-the-balance property and hide the account from anyone looking it up by number. Asserting both halves is the point. The first half stops the reclassification silently disappearing from one statutory surface again, which is how a customer ended up comparing two of our own reports against each other. The second half stops a future sweep "fixing" the operational reports into disagreeing with their own documented contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): detect statement disagreement instead of waiting for a customer Every year-end problem reported so far was a DISAGREEMENT between two of our own screens, not a single wrong screen. The årsredovisning said one figure, INK2 said another, and the customer did the reconciliation for us. Nothing in the product noticed, because each screen tied out on its own. Two additions: INK2R self-checks. On a closed year it compares the årets resultat it is about to declare against the booked konto 2099, and warns in Swedish when they disagree. This is the alarm that was missing: when INK2R reported 0 kr against a booked 469 542 kr, the balance sheet still balanced, so no warning fired. Mirrors the equivalent check k2-mapper has had since 2026-07-23, so both statutory reports now catch the same fault. reconcileStatements + GET /api/reports/statement-reconciliation return årets resultat from every surface side by side, grouped into families. ledger + statutory must agree and a mismatch is named; operational legitimately differs by bokslutsdispositioner + skatt until Stage 2 of #1051 lands, so that gap is explained rather than flagged. The visual panel is deliberately not built here: it needs a /frontend-design pass against the locked concept conventions plus sv/en strings, and the warning above already puts the alarm where the user looks. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): address review findings from PR #1293 pg-real (7 failures, one signature): the new fixture called insertFiscalPeriod({ isClosed: true }) and then inserted journal entries into it, so enforce_period_lock (migration 017, legally required) refused the write. Not worked around: the RPC's predicate keys on fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id and never reads is_closed, so the fixture now links the closing entry and leaves the period open, which exercises the path that actually matters. CodeRabbit, closed-year-fixture: EX_YEAR_END_ROWS dropped only the P&L legs of the year_end entries (8811, 8910) and left their balance-sheet legs (2125, 2512) at pre-closing values, so the 'exclude-all-year-end' view sat 160 000 kr out of balance and misrepresented what generateTrialBalance returns. Latent, because today's consumers read class 3-8 only, but a shared fixture that does not balance is a trap for the next consumer. Both legs now go, and a new test asserts all three views sum to zero. CodeRabbit, INK2 totals: renamed totals.resultAfterFinancial to aretsResultat. It holds the result after bokslutsdispositioner AND skatt, which is årets resultat, not resultat efter finansiella poster, and build-data.ts uses the old name correctly for the different subtotal. The UI already labelled the value "Årets resultat", so the name was simply wrong. CodeRabbit, statement-reconciliation: the statutory branch called a generator and caught any throw as "wrong entity type", mapping genuine failures to a null figure that the comparison then skipped, so a real bug in a declaration generator made the function report isReconciled: true. That is the opposite of its purpose. It now dispatches on entity_type and surfaces a generation failure as a named disagreement. CodeRabbit, enable-banking (Emil's call to include): fetchClaimedIbans returned an empty Set on a cash_accounts read failure, which is indistinguishable from "nothing is claimed" and made every IBAN in the session offerable, including accounts another company already books to. Its own comment said it failed closed and its log said "offering nothing"; it failed open. Returns null now, and findReusableSessions offers nothing when the claimed set is unavailable. The test that pinned the fail-open asserted toHaveLength(1) under the name "offers nothing"; it now asserts []. Also removed an em dash per CLAUDE.md. The remaining enable-banking finding (consent-expiry cooldown stamped only on the selected connection, so it leaks one duplicate mail per sibling company) is deliberately left to Emil: it changes email-sending behaviour in his feature rather than fixing a stated contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): resolve second-round review findings on PR #1293 pg-real, two NEW signatures (the closed-period one from cycle 1 is gone): kpi-report-aggregates-rpc.pg.test.ts asserted the exact contract migration 20260730090000 deliberately changes. Its comment read "year_end entries are NOT excluded from monthly" and expected December expenses 1250. That fixture's December holds only year-end-chain entries, so with the fix the month drops out of the chart entirely, which is the correct operational view: a month whose only activity is bokslut has no operating result. Assertion and file docstring updated to the new contract rather than the test being removed. vat-totals-closing-entry.pg.test.ts passed the wrong account arrays. p_net_ accounts is VAT_SETTLEMENT_NET_ACCOUNTS (2650/1650, the momsredovisning settlement pair), not the output-VAT accounts. Putting 2611 there made the extra year_end entry match the settlement-SHAPE detector, so an ordinary sale-with-VAT was classified a momsredovisning and dropped, and the test read 0 instead of 10 000. The RPC was right; the fixture was not. CodeRabbit, statement-reconciliation: resolveEntityType checked neither query's error, so a genuine DB failure (RLS, permissions, connectivity) returned null indistinguishably from "no entity type set", fell into the unsupported-form branch and reported isReconciled: true. That is the same silent-false-reconciled bug the cycle-1 refactor closed, one level down. The companies error now throws; a missing company_settings ROW stays tolerated, because .single() errors on zero rows and many companies have none. Mirrors the pattern the INK2 and NE engines already use. Still open by Emil's explicit choice: the consent-expiry cooldown is stamped only on the connection it was handed, so it leaks one duplicate mail per sibling company on the shared session. That changes email-sending behaviour in his feature rather than fixing a stated contract, so it stays his. fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base (#1253)
* fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base sumPostedYearEndDispositions reconstructs resultat fore skatt for the tax calculation, because generateIncomeStatement excludes every source_type='year_end' entry. It summed class 88 and 7533 but not 78xx, so planenlig avskrivning posted by the bokslut flow (lib/bokslut/assets/depreciation-engine.ts) was dropped from the income statement and never added back. The bolagsskatt base and the periodiseringsfond 25 % cap were therefore computed on an overstated result: tax too high by roughly 20.6 % of the depreciation. Also exclude the period's final bokslutsverifikation from the fetch. It carries source_type='year_end' as well and reverses every P&L account, 78xx/88xx/7533 included (verified against production closing entries), so once the year is closed it would cancel the add-back this function exists to produce. That hazard already applied to 88xx and 7533; the fix closes it for all three rather than widening it. Scope is deliberately the tax base only. Making the standalone resultatrakning show bokslut entries is a separate, larger change: the same exclusion is duplicated in the kpi_report_aggregates RPC, it moves displayed profit for every company that ran the bokslut flow, and it means removing the add-back at four call sites. Refs #1051 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): scope the closing-entry lookup to the company and fail loudly Review (CodeRabbit + the compliance swarm, ASVS V8.2.1) flagged the new fiscal_periods read in sumPostedYearEndDispositions on two counts, both fair. It filtered only on the period id while every sibling query in the same function carries the tenant scope. Primary key or not, service-role paths have no RLS to fall back on and the repo's rule is to filter company_id explicitly, so it now does. It also discarded the query error. That mattered more than it looks: a failed read fell through to closingEntryId = null, which silently re-admits the closing verifikat's 78xx/88xx reversals and understates the tax base, i.e. exactly the failure this lookup was added to prevent. It now throws, and the surrounding catch turns it into the existing 'Failed to read posted dispositions' error. A wrong bolagsskatt is worse than a loud failure. Two regression tests: the lookup carries both eq filters, and a lookup failure propagates instead of degrading to a wrong number. fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise, while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production. Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that are not repeated. userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger. State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row, consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing. provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client. provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up. Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before the scoped check ran. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A) The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in 20260416120000; this bucket was left behind. Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining legacy prefix objects. The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail the whole query instead of filtering the row out. deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to erase. The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and SHA-256 identical before repointing the row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user had been removed from the company kept reading. Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error strings with the canonical envelope. Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every other v1 read endpoint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and had become the top application consumer of production database time: measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at 7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on the booking path. PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side instead turns that into two indexed round trips. Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling. Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead, since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows. commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column, which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped on the newest rows indefinitely. The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap; the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly. ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change sort semantics on the route that currently works. Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had them. The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters, because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a write that never happened. dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write, and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to 5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0. Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the full tree. The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the lockfile, never workflow files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily. Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which settles the intent. documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession: the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention. webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line place to change that. A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list, and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they are named rather than silently rotting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email. This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined by next.config.ts. Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry personnummer and financial data. verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible. The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not forwarded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md. Structural roots closed: - resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking 1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING - ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document, not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed - sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed - tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all four baselines now empty - three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import, ungated-extension-route Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap), RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/ Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites with isSwedishUserMessage extended. Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice, recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep work and are verified green together. 13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge. 20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres). Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0 errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and ~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass: - replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid() (impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo - bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns - credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no cross-tenant figures in exception text - link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end - personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE - same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse - receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts - period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap - documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping - invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression), duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran - match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat) - refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window) - KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint - personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools - worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths - MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk - observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True, cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings call removed) Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests * fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215 pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() = 'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text, reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved. Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column, and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no longer renders as already filed. Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern (all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215 - restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch - replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap warning texts and update the pinned test expectations - drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment - strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation. Bug/invalid imports (#1146)
* feat: add Accounted MCP namespace * fix(bookkeeping): stop flagging verifikat whose underlag lives on a referenced supplier invoice The missing-underlag surfaces only accepted a document directly linked to the entry, so payment verifikat for supplier invoices (doc on the registration entry per design) and entries whose doc was pinned to the bank transaction before matching were falsely flagged; opening the entry showed the referenced doc and cleared the warning client-side, and it came back on reload. - verifikat_without_documents + transactions_without_documents now treat an entry as covered when a supplier invoice referencing it (registration or payment FK, or a supplier_invoice_payments row) carries a document anchored to a journal entry (BFL 5 kap 7 paragraf hänvisning till underlag; anchoring required because the WORM deletion guards key on document_attachments.journal_entry_id) - match-supplier-invoice routes (dashboard + v1) propagate the transaction's pinned document onto the payment verifikat, mirroring the categorize route; migration backfills rows already written (open unlocked periods, company-guarded, never steals a linked doc) - /api/documents/counts, the transactions-page badges, the bulk "Inget underlag krävs" count and the push-notification scheduler share the same reference-aware predicate, so every surface agrees with the RPC - counts route validates journal_entry_ids as UUIDs (they are interpolated into a PostgREST or-filter) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): align table columns flush with page edges Collapse the checkbox gutter column to zero width and hang the hover-revealed checkbox/expand chevron in the page margins, drop the outer padding so DATUM sits flush left and STATUS flush right, and tuck the overflow-menu dots under the middle of the STATUS header. Applied to both the inbox and history tables so they stay identical. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(arsredovisning): tie anlaggningstillgangar note to booked depreciation The ARL 5:8 roll-forward note recomputed depreciation from its own day-based linear formula (365.25/12 month length, non-inclusive day count, linear only), drifting ~20 kr per year per asset from the ledger-driven resultat- and balansrakning and misstating non-linear methods entirely. Note figures now come from posted depreciation_schedules rows (the same source disposeAsset reverses), falling back to the engine's computeAnnualDepreciation when nothing is posted; pre-onboarding opening balances iterate prior years through the engine. Adds a note-vs-trial-balance tie-out warning (accounts 1000-1299, over 1 kr) surfaced before download. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(stripe): move connect and sync surface from settings to import page Stripe's transaction feed is a continuous import source in the same category as the PSD2 bank connection, so its connect/sync surface now lives on the import page as a source card (mode=stripe), gated "kommer snart" on hosted like before; self-hosted keeps the full panel. - Import page: Stripe card after Koppla bank, renders the existing StripeSettingsPanel via the settings-panel registry - OAuth callback and panel cleanup return to /import?mode=stripe - Settings > Betalningar retired: nav item removed, route redirects, PaymentsSettingsContent deleted, legacy ?tab=payments mapped - New import.stripe_* strings in sv+en; dead settings_nav.payments removed Crons and sync logic unchanged; payment-link settings stay in the invoicing section. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(underlag): paginate missing-underlag cron and harden doc-surface queries Resolve PR review findings on bug/invalid-imports: - notification-scheduler: fetchAllRows on all 5 global reads; past 1000 rows the capped reads produced false "saknade underlag" notifications - bulk-missing: LOOKUP_CHUNK 300->150 so the twice-embedded .or() id list stays under the PostgREST URL limit - bulk-missing + transactions page: UUID-guard the .or()-interpolated id lists, matching documents/counts - match-supplier-invoice (dashboard + v1): log documentId/journalEntryId on the non-fatal doc-link warning - well-known/oauth-protected-resource: document the tool_namespace allow-list - messages/en: reword stripe_description - DECISIONS.md: record the asset ibAck tie-out and Tailwind !important calls Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): convert registrationDate from Unix seconds to millisecond epoch in lookup and profile tests --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/fdb fr usrs (#1125)
* fix(invoices): return attachment filename in delivery history summaries The 20260723003000 hardening dropped attachment_filename from list_invoice_delivery_summaries, so the delivery history UI always fell back to the generic "faktura.pdf" label. Recreate the RPC with the filename included: it is derived from company name, customer name, invoice number, and date, all already visible to every company member, so the minimization boundary is unchanged. Addresses stay masked and message content, BCC, and checksums stay server-side. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): surface own-account transfer legs in match-to-voucher by default The second (incoming) leg of a transfer between two of the company's own bank accounts was hidden in the 'Matcha mot befintlig verifikation' dialog because the voucher counted as 'already matched' once its outgoing leg was linked, even though the incoming account's line had no settling transaction. Users read the empty default list as 'the app won't let me link this'. get_account_gl_lines_for_matching now counts links per settlement account: a transaction provably on another cash account no longer marks the voucher as matched for the requested account, so the unsettled transfer leg surfaces by default (and auto-selects on an exact match). Same-account N:1 stays behind the 'Visa aven matchade verifikationer' opt-in, and transactions without a resolvable cash account conservatively keep counting everywhere. get_unlinked_gl_lines is deliberately untouched (feeds auto-reconcile). Companion guard: mark_entry_as_opening_balance now refuses entries with linked bank transactions, since half-settled transfer vouchers became reachable in the reconciliation view's unmatched table where 'Mark som IB' renders; re-tagging one would strand its transaction against a movement- excluded entry. getReconciliationStatus counts unmatched GL lines with the account-scoped RPC so the status card agrees with the table. Fixes #1026 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(api): cut prod p95 latency via local JWT auth, single-RT company resolution, and report aggregate RPCs Baseline 2026-07-23 (487 prod samples): p50 160ms, p95 480ms, 13% of requests over 300ms. Target: p95 under 300ms. - requireAuth: verify JWTs locally via getClaims (ES256/JWKS) instead of a second network getUser per request; getUser fallback keeps HS256 self-hosted and existing test mocks working; middleware still revocation-checks every /api request - resolve_active_company RPC (20260723161000): one round trip replaces 2-3 queries in getActiveCompanyId and middleware; PGRST202/42501 fall back to the legacy query path - arsredovisning build-data: ~33 sequential round trips down to ~7, output byte-identical (snapshot-proven) - currency rate route: stop bypassing the exchange_rates cache (missing supabase arg caused an external Riksbanken call on every request) - document.get: parallelize row fetch, signed URL and audit event - list_company_accounts RPC (20260723170000): accounts list in one round trip instead of paging past PostgREST's 1000-row cap - vat-declaration route: drop a dead sequential company_settings query - get_kpi_report_aggregates RPC (20260723180000): KPI report's three full-period line scans collapsed into one aggregate call; dimension- filtered path unchanged - lint: fix 9 baseline errors, downgrade 4 react-hooks compiler rules to warn, zero the eslint baseline ratchet All four gates green: lint 0 errors, 9163 tests, check:guards, build. Migrations applied idempotently to staging only; prod receives them via Supabase branching on merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): resolve PR review findings across auth, VAT declaration, and IB retag - requireAuth getClaims fast path: pin iss (project URL) and aud ('authenticated'), log every fallback to getUser (ASVS V9.1 finding) - remove the ignored accountingMethod parameter from calculateVatDeclaration and the dead company_settings.accounting_method reads in xlsx/pdf/eskd routes; v1 API keeps accepting the query param but documents it as a no-op - close the mark_entry_as_opening_balance TOCTOU race with a transactions trigger (20260723190000, FOR KEY SHARE on journal_entries) + pg tests; applied to staging and smoke-verified both directions - re-add the 42501 tenant guard to branch-local migration 20260723160000 (function body had silently reverted to the pre-20260619130100 definition) - document the buildK3Noter tbFullRows full-TB contract (uppskjuten skatt opening balance per BFNAR 2012:1 ch.29) - add KPI VAT-liability test covering reduced-rate output accounts 2621/2631 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(db): use NULL-safe caller_is_company_member in opening-balance retag guard The re-added tenant guard carried the pre-20260703180000 raw NOT IN (SELECT user_company_ids()) pattern, which the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet blocks. fix(arsredovisning): make the aktiekapital note completable via compa… (#1118)
* fix(arsredovisning): make the aktiekapital note completable via company settings The annual report warned every AB that the aktiekapital note was missing and pointed at Installningar -> Foretag, but the referenced columns (aktiekapital, antal_aktier, kvotvarde) never existed and no settings UI was ever built, so the warning was a dead end and no AB could produce a complete note before Bolagsverket filing. - migration 20260723103000: company_settings.aktiekapital (numeric) and antal_aktier (integer) with positive CHECKs; kvotvarde is intentionally not stored since ABL 1 kap 6 defines it as aktiekapital / antal aktier - build-data.ts (K2 and K3 note paths): select only the two stored columns and derive kvotvarde with roundOre - UpdateSettingsSchema: aktiekapital (positive), antal_aktier (positive integer), both nullable to allow clearing - new ShareCapitalForm section on Installningar -> Foretag, rendered for aktiebolag only, with live derived kvotvarde display; wired through the existing CompanySettingsContent save path (empty string clears to null) - sv/en strings; settings route tests (round-trip, clear, 400 on invalid); builder tests for derived kvotvarde and the empty-settings warning Staging (metjnjrhvujscngnpzdv) already has the columns applied and the note verified end-to-end against a rehearsal company. feat(year-end): administrative undo of executed year-end closing + skatteverket scope fixes (#1081)
* fix(skatteverket): request the ska scope for skattekonto v2 The skattekonto v2 API rejects skahmst-only tokens with 403 "The required scopes are not authorized" (observed in prod 2026-07-20; no company has synced since 2026-05-10). The requested `skattekonto` scope is silently dropped from every grant, while `ska` appears in one real May grant, so request it too: SKV grants the intersection, so this is harmless if wrong. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): correct the skattekonto scope model around ska Root cause of the May 10 skattekonto outage, confirmed via git history and prod token data: the `ska` scope (the interactive skattekonto API's actual scope, requested since the extension's first commit in March) was removed by the "remove unused scopes" cleanup in the #431 series. Every token issued after that hour lacks it and the API answers 403 "The required scopes are not authorized"; no company has synced since. The May 15 repair re-added skahmst, which per its tjanstebeskrivning is a different bulk E-transport service and does not substitute; `skattekonto` is not a real SKV scope name and is silently dropped from grants. Follow-up to the ska re-request (cd8f7a30): - document the confirmed scope model in oauth.ts so ska is never "cleaned up" again - panel missing-scope warning and reconnect-button now gate on ska, not skahmst/skattekonto - scope badge labels: ska takes the saldo & transaktioner label, skahmst relabeled as the E-transport file service - consent-page note covers both terse scope names and says ska is required Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(year-end): warn on untaxed profit at verkstall, Swedish readiness messages, always-visible period selector An aktiebolag could execute year-end with a profit and zero bolagsskatt booked without any warning (support case: closing moved 592k to 2099 untaxed). The preview now computes bolagsskattMissing (AB + profit + no 89xx account among closed accounts, 8999 excluded) and both the preview and execute steps render an advisory, bypassable warning. validateYearEndReadiness messages are now Swedish (the bokslut wizard is a stays-Swedish surface); the MCP year_end_readiness classifier matches both the new Swedish strings and the legacy English ones. The wizard period selector now always renders, keeps a selected-but- ineligible period selectable, and resets a stale ?period= id from another company instead of leaving the user stuck on the wrong year. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(year-end): administrative undo of an executed year-end closing Storno-only reset used when a bokslut was executed prematurely (e.g. without bolagsskatt) and no arsredovisning exists yet: reverses the next period's result_appropriation and opening_balance entries, reopens the period, reverses the closing entry, and detaches closing_entry_id. Resumable if interrupted midway; attribution per BFL 5 kap 6. Migration 20260720140000 adds the trigger escape hatch: closing_entry_id may only change once set when the old closing entry is reversed with a posted storno chain (status flag alone is forgeable via PostgREST), and a non-NULL replacement must be a posted year_end entry in the same period. Covered by a pg-real test. planResultAppropriation idempotency is now posted-only: a reversed omforing no longer blocks the re-run from posting a fresh 2099 -> 2098 reclassification (it previously returned null silently, leaving the new year's equity polluted). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address CodeRabbit, PR-Agent and compliance findings - undo script: company_id filters on verify queries, period-scope the arsredovisning precondition checks, validate service-key format, escalate audit_log insert failure to a hard error (BFNAR 2013:2) - detach migration: company-scope the storno chain EXISTS, replace the em dash in the new error message Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address round-2 compliance swarm and Swedish review findings - undo script: require --confirm-url with --commit so an env swap fails loud; retry the audit_log insert 3x and direct the operator to insert the behandlingshistorik row manually on final failure (BFNAR 2013:2) - year-end preview: document why resultAccountSummary is a complete 89xx scan; warning text now also names periodiseringsfond and overavskrivningar as legitimate zero-tax reasons Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/fable design (#1063)
* fix(bokslut): make dispositions storno-safe and derive fond math from opening balances A reversed year_end voucher kept its storno in the income statement while the original was excluded (source_type asymmetry), inflating resultat fore dispositioner by exactly the reversed amount, and the posted-only fond balance produced a phantom negative 212X that leaked a bogus aterforing proposal. Support case: a user double-booked periodiseringsfond, reversed both correctly, and the dispositions page still showed wrong numbers. - trial-balance excludeYearEndClosing now also excludes entries chained to reversed year_end entries via reverses_id/correction_of_id (grammar verified against staging PostgREST) - listExistingPeriodiseringsfonder counts posted+reversed so storno pairs cancel, and returns opening balances per fond - schablonintakt per IL 30 kap 6a: opening balance base, rate = SLR per closing year (1.96% FY2025, 2.55% FY2026), replacing the wrong SLR+1pp 0.0355 constant - avsattning 25% cap is year-total: already-provisioned current-cohort growth consumes headroom in both preview and commit, so re-running the flow can no longer double-book the fond - SLP posts before avsattning (deductible, shrinks the cap base) and is posted-aware: no double proposal or double count on resumed runs - sumPostedYearEndDispositions counts correction replacements of reversed year_end entries and exposes the SLP portion Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(bokslut): use roundOre for new fond/disposition rounding Satisfies the naive-ore-round ratchet that tightened on main; identical arithmetic, pinned by the existing exact-value tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): address PR #1063 review findings - computeProposal receives the already-validated period row: a transient DB failure can no longer silently skip a requested disposition (and two redundant per-item period fetches are gone) - getSchablonintaktRate fails closed for unmapped years instead of falling back to the latest known rate: statutory rates are never guessed; POST rate override remains the escape hatch - listExistingPeriodiseringsfonder is opening-balance-entry aware: a fond carried via the OB entry booked by year-end closing was counted twice (once from history, once from the OB entry); balances now derive from OB + current-period activity when an OB entry exists - periodStart is validated as a real calendar date, not just a shape - reversed year_end correction targets resolve company-wide in sumPostedYearEndDispositions, matching the trial balance exclusion Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

chore: salvage unmerged work from the 2026-07-16 worktree audit (#1043)
* chore: salvage unmerged work from the 2026-07-16 worktree audit Four items survived the 43-file dirty-tree audit as genuinely unmerged: - CLAUDE.md: Definition of Done rule 9, the last mile is verified in-session, not assumed (project-level counterpart of the switch-on check; cloud agents only see the repo file). - DECISIONS.md: eight decision lines from 2026-07-09 to 2026-07-15, condensed and scrubbed of production identifiers for the public repo. - .claude/skills/loop-ignite: skill that audits the agentic loops and ignites dead ones; must live on main for cloud routines to load it. - lib/bokslut/ixbrl testbank manual E2E: encodes the working testbank endpoints and the Luhn-valid test pnr (the documented one fails); skipped unless BOLAGSVERKET_TESTBANK_E2E=1, so zero CI cost. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: address review findings on the salvage batch - testbank e2e: kontrollera returns HTTP 200 even for invalid documents (outcome is in utfall), so assert zero typ='error' entries; also assert grunduppgifter returns a company name, not just the echoed orgnr. - loop-ignite: make ignition explicitly idempotent (enable/repair an existing trigger before creating, never duplicate). Skipped the fourth finding (require an observed firing as switch-on proof): a just-created cron cannot have fired yet; the audit table already reports last observed run per loop. refactor(bokslut): convert periodiseringsfond balance query off the journal_entries!inner embed (#977) (#1047)
listExistingPeriodiseringsfonder still selected from journal_entry_lines with a journal_entries!inner embed and put company_id/status/entry_date on the embedded side: the shape PostgREST compiles to a correlated lateral that scans all tenants' lines, and it silently truncated at the 1000-row cap because it was unpaginated. Convert it to the shared two-step fetchEntryLines helper (lib/bookkeeping/entry-lines.ts), mirroring bolagsskatt-calculator.ts, and keep the existing wrapped error contract. Adds unit coverage for listExistingPeriodiseringsfonder: helper call shape, entry/line filter callbacks, per-account balance aggregation, 2129 cohort collision rule, 6-year must-return flag, near-zero drop, sorting, and error wrapping. fix(reports): stop driving report queries from the unfiltered journal_entry_lines side (#971)
* fix(reports): drive report line queries from journal_entries, not the unfiltered lines side
Every report generator fetched journal_entry_lines with a
journal_entries!inner(...) embed and put the tenant filter on the
embedded side (.eq('journal_entries.company_id', ...)). PostgREST
compiles that to a correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized
LIMIT inside, which blocks join reordering: Postgres walked the ENTIRE
journal_entry_lines table (603k rows, all tenants) per report query.
Measured in production: 13.6 s vs 2.7 ms for the equivalent plain join,
against Supabase's 8 s statement_timeout; nightly cloud backups failed
for 5 of 11 companies on 2026-07-09 and a GL report 500'd.
Introduce lib/bookkeeping/entry-lines.ts with a shared two-step fetch:
1. fetch matching journal_entries (id + caller-selected columns)
filtered by company_id / fiscal_period_id / status / entry_date /
source_type, paginated via fetchAllRows;
2. fetch journal_entry_lines with .in('journal_entry_id', chunk) in
chunks of 100 ids (URL-length safety), paginated per chunk;
3. reattach the parent entry to each line under the embed's key shape
(line.journal_entries = {...}, aliasable) and sort lines by id
ascending to preserve the old .order('id') semantics.
Converted call sites (selected columns and filters preserved):
trial-balance (x2), general-ledger, journal-register, sie-export
(reuses its existing entry list via fetchLinesByEntryIds),
vat-declaration, dimension-pnl, opening-balances, monthly-breakdown,
periodisk-sammanstallning, rc-basis-gaps (sibling-line fetch now also
chunked), ar-reconciliation, supplier-reconciliation,
bank-reconciliation, asset-service (x2), bolagsskatt-calculator,
sarskild-loneskatt-calculator.
Tests: unit tests for the helper (chunk size, reattachment shape,
forced id/journal_entry_id columns, empty result, cross-chunk sort,
error propagation); existing report/reconciliation/bokslut test mocks
updated to the two-step query shape, preserving every assertion about
report output.

* fix(reports): stop echoing raw error messages from the general-ledger route
The catch handler returned err.message to the client in
details.reason; internal error strings (SQL fragments, table names,
timeout messages) must not reach the browser. The error is already
logged server-side with the request id, so the client envelope keeps
only the REPORT_GENERATION_FAILED code.

Check/salary bankid api (#892)
* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup - middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard - BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once (a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first, failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors - bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account - bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink (BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method) - login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: move secondary guides into docs/, delete dead root files Move DOCKER.md, SELF-HOSTING.md, WHITELABEL.md and extensions.md (renamed EXTENSIONS.md) into a new docs/ folder and update all path references (README, setup.sh, .dockerignore image rules, docker-publish workflow comment, _example-branding, lib/branding/service.ts). Delete two dead root files: customer.json (stray API-test payload) and findings.md (point-in-time swarm audit export, criticals already filed). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(api): security & correctness hardening + withRouteContext MFA migration across API routes Audit of ~100 app/api routes. Highlights: Security - agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped - calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only - bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded - agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated Correctness - account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000 rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) -> fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes) - voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced - 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed - assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed - invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent; deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod Convention - ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation, corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right where they figured out how something should be booked. - derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking (settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart) - extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility hints instead of duplicating them - save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts diverged. The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3 templates. Also fixed along the way: - Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all. - mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a non-fileable document before download. - Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR. - FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver (never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie the roll-forward exactly to booked UB. - build-input dedupes warnings now that the PDF path runs the same mapping. Regression test asserts no RR/BR label ever contains a four-digit account number again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr" with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode (prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest years. - lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis) - Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced, naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread - SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and now renders them - opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return 409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors: - Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek. Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate. - Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows. - Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied /api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well. - application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL) validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always failing the magic-byte check. - correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test). - Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE, TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE (company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots, skipping slots held by any existing row. - Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives). - Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of silently skipping the mirror. - Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt guidance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines. ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET /api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot follows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list bundle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks: - One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The separate /salary/runs/new page is gone. - Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail, KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/. - Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token], backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the route from auth redirects. - Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026). - AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid. - Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish, municipality tax-table lookup improvements. messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune, skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before this. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping - Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16 renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged). - Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs don't break the build type-check. - Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76. - template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding. - database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(), which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag. Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging. Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap) Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger, which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all. That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression). Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging. style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(reconciliation): Bankavstämning phase 0 — correctness + feedback batch (+ nav IA regrouping) (#879)
* feat(nav): interaction-mode sidebar grouping — Arbeta/Analys/Data/Skatt & bokslut Nav IA redesign phase 0 (dev_docs/nav_ia_redesign.md): same routes, regrouped by what the user is doing. CLAUDE.md restructured around Hard Rules (doc references updated); pending-page explainer removed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): correctness + feedback batch for Bankavstämning (phase 0) Engine: fetchAllRows pagination on status/run/RPC fetches (silent 1000-row cap corrupted totals), optimistic-lock guards on manualLink + apply, unlink audit rows attributed to the acting user (was: company UUID), selected_matches partial apply intersected with a fresh match run. View: silent in-place refresh instead of a full-page skeleton per action, checkbox-gated apply with confidence badges (fuzzy unticked) in chunks of 500, honest result toasts, dry-run errors surfaced, ranked per-row picker candidates pinned to the applied date window, currency-correct amounts (bank side in account currency, GL side SEK), voucher links, translated source types, colored differens, dirty-date-filter guard. Discovery: year-end preflight 404 href fixed (/reconciliation/bank never existed), ⌘K palette entry, real links from the transactions page. v1: status registry schema now matches the actual ReconciliationStatus payload, errors documented as a count, false ~0.85-threshold pitfall replaced, route test mocks the real shape. fix(bokslut): map computer/vehicle depreciation to standard 7832 so it resolves (#755) (#822)
* fix(bokslut): map computer/vehicle depreciation to standard 7832 so it resolves (#755) The computer asset category mapped depreciation expense to 7833 and vehicle to 7834, but neither is in the standard BAS catalog (7834/7835 were removed as non-standard in #463, guarded by bas-reference.test.ts). Because backfillStandardBASAccounts only seeds accounts present in BAS_REFERENCE, the engine threw AccountsNotInChartError on minimal charts and annual depreciation was blocked. - Remap computer and vehicle depreciation expense to 7832 (Avskrivningar på inventarier, verktyg och installationer). Both 1240 (Bilar) and 1250 (Datorer) sit in the maskiner-och-inventarier asset range, so 7832 is the correct standard depreciation account — same one equipment already uses. The asset register still separates them via 1240/1249 and 1250/1259 on the balance sheet. - A regression guard surfaced a second gap: other_tangible mapped to 1280/1289, but 1280 is 'Pågående nyanläggningar/förskott' and 1289 is not a BAS account. Remap other_tangible to 1290/1299 ('Övriga materiella anläggningstillgångar' + its ack. avskrivningar) — the BAS-correct accounts, and the range the iXBRL K2 mapper already classifies other_tangible under. Keeps accumulated = asset + 9. - Add a guard test asserting every DEFAULT_ACCOUNTS_BY_CATEGORY account resolves in BAS_REFERENCE, so a future missing account fails CI instead of a user's depreciation run. No new BAS accounts are added, so the non-standard-accounts guard stays green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(dashboard): drop the duplicate next-best-action hero for a single CTA The agent-built dashboard showed a 'next best action' hero card AND the unified 'Att göra' worklist below it — two surfaces pointing at the same work (book transactions, unpaid invoices). Remove the hero so the page leads with metrics + the single 'Att göra' worklist, giving one unambiguous CTA surface instead of two. Drops the now-unused nextBestAction computation and the Receipt/ ArrowLeftRight/Clock imports. Add/issue in absurdum (#739)
* feat(assets): allow editing fixed asset fields before depreciation The fixed asset register only offered a "Dispose" action, so correcting a mis-entered acquisition date/cost/category meant running the disposal flow — which posts a real divestment voucher plus a Ch. 8a VAT adjustment. Disproportionate and wrong for a data-entry fix. Add an Edit action that allows correcting those fields directly, gated for correctness: - service: extend updateAsset() with category/acquisition_date/ acquisition_cost; block the change once the asset is disposed or has posted depreciation (AssetCorrectionBlockedError) where it would desync posted vouchers from the register; realign the BAS triple on category change. Name, useful life, and method stay editable. - api: extend the PATCH schema; annotate GET /api/assets with has_posted_depreciation so the UI can lock basis fields proactively. - ui: EditAssetDialog + pencil action; disables date/cost/category when depreciation has been booked, with an inline explanation. - errors: register ASSET_CORRECTION_BLOCKED (409). - tests: unit tests for the guard; pg test for pre-disposal editability. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(assets): also block basis edits when depreciation was hand-posted The correction guard only consulted depreciation_schedules, so an avskrivning booked as a manual journal entry (no schedule row) slipped through and a basis correction was wrongly allowed. Add a ledger scan: any posted credit to the asset's ackumulerade- avskrivningar account (12x9) counts as depreciation. Entries that depreciation_schedules attributes to a *different* asset are excluded, so a sibling's engine avskrivning on a shared 12x9 account doesn't produce a false block. What remains is depreciation tied to this asset (engine or manual); a basis correction is blocked there and must go through storno. Adds two unit tests: blocks on a hand-posted credit, allows when the only 12x9 credit belongs to a sibling's engine entry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): allow negative unit prices for discount lines The invoice creation form rejected negative unit prices via a frontend superRefine check, blocking valid discount lines (e.g. "Rabatt -100"). The unit_price error was never rendered inline, so submission failed silently. The backend schema already allows negative unit prices (see CreateInvoiceItemSchema test), so the form was simply out of sync. Remove the non-negative constraint; empty/NaN prices are still rejected by the base z.number() type. Drop the now-unused validation_price_positive translation key from both locale files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): allow editing draft invoices Drafts could be saved but not edited — the only way to change a draft's lines, customer, dates or amounts was to delete and recreate it. Add a "Redigera" action on draft invoices that opens the invoice editor pre-filled with the draft and saves changes in place. A verifikat is only created when an invoice is sent (or paid, under kontantmetoden), so every status=draft invoice is uncommitted and safe to edit; sent/paid invoices stay immutable and still require a credit note. - Extract buildInvoiceWriteData() with the shared validation + computation (VAT rules, ROT/RUT, accruals, totals, currency, item rows); POST now uses it too, behaviour unchanged. - Add UpdateInvoiceSchema and PATCH /api/invoices/[id], guarded to drafts (status=draft, no journal entry, not self-billed); number and status are preserved and no invoice.created is emitted. - Extract the invoice creator into a shared InvoiceEditor with create / edit modes; /invoices/new is now a thin wrapper and /invoices/[id]/edit is the new edit page. - Add a "Redigera" button on draft invoice detail pages + sv/en strings. - Tests for the builder, UpdateInvoiceSchema and the PATCH route. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): make Huvudbok findable via account/saldo search terms Searching the command palette for natural phrases like 'saldo per konto', 'kontoutdrag', 'kontoanalys' or 'transaktioner per konto' returned nothing, so users couldn't find the general ledger. Enrich the Huvudbok entry's keywords with those synonyms, and let Saldobalans and Balansrapport match 'saldo per konto' too since they are genuinely per-account balance views. Companion change — the clearer Huvudbok report description ('Saldo och alla transaktioner per konto') — already landed in d5f474cb. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(settings): let users edit their personal name Add an editable Namn field to /settings/account that updates profiles.full_name and best-effort syncs auth user_metadata. Previously the personal name was only ever set from BankID's legal name at signup with no way to correct it, so users whose tilltalsnamn isn't their first given name were greeted by the wrong name (and email/password users had no name at all). New POST /api/user/profile route (requireAuth, RLS-scoped update) mirrors /api/user/locale. sv/en strings added. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): per-invoice öresavrundning override Add a display-only öresavrundning flag per invoice that wins over the company-wide setting. Resolution order in getDisplayTotal: per-invoice override -> company setting -> default-on. The stored total and the booked verifikat keep the exact öre; only the rendered total changes. Supplier invoices gain the same flag but resolve a null to off (they never had rounding historically), exposed via a toggle on the new-invoice form and a rounding row on the detail page. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(transactions): warn on possible duplicate before booking Before committing a transaction (via book or categorize), detect an already-booked sibling with the same date and amount and return a 409 TRANSACTION_BOOK_POSSIBLE_DUPLICATE instead of silently double-booking. The user can override with force=true, which must be bound to the reviewed sibling via expected_duplicate_transaction_id; the candidate is re-detected server-side, so a stale or guessed id is rejected with TRANSACTION_BOOK_FORCE_CANDIDATE_MISMATCH. Detection is fail-open on the non-force path and fail-closed under force. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(transactions): shadow-mode scope-drift dedup counter in bank ingest Count rows that an enforcing same-feed scope-drift rule WOULD treat as re-imports (the IBAN-drift re-imports the external_id check misses) and surface it as IngestResult.shadow_scope_drift_candidates. Nothing is blocked yet -- the counter only measures how often the rule would fire so it can be validated against real data before enforcement. Also gitignore scripts/delete-duplicate-transactions.ts: a destructive, hand-run cleanup tool kept out of the repo so it can't run in CI/cron or be mistaken for a supported feature. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): base bolagsskatt on post-disposition result Bokslutsdispositioner are booked as source_type='year_end', which the income statement excludes, so net_result alone overstates resultat före skatt and the booked tax ignored the periodiseringsfond avsättning (too-high tax, ÅR/INK2 mismatch). calculateBolagsskatt now accepts resultBeforeTaxOverride. The preview builder mirrors each proposal's P&L effect (+återföring, -avsättning, -SLP) onto the pre-disposition result; the commit path sums the already-posted dispositions via the new sumPostedYearEndDispositions (class 88 + 7533) since bolagsskatt is committed last. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(settings): fiscal years manager Add a FiscalYearsManager to the bookkeeping settings that lists fiscal periods with their status (closed > locked > open) and creates the next year via CreatePeriodDialog, seeded to chain forward from the latest period end. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): return 400 when locking a period with unbooked transactions lockPeriod() refuses to lock a period that still has uncategorized business transactions. Detect that message in the lock route and surface it as a clear PERIOD_HAS_UNBOOKED_TRANSACTIONS (400) instead of a generic 500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): implement isEditableInvoiceDraft utility and apply it across invoice edit routes feat(transactions): log duplicate dismissal events in behandlingshistorik test(invoices): add tests for isEditableInvoiceDraft function test(transactions): enhance tests to verify behandlingshistorik logging refactor(bokslut): update tax calculation test descriptions for clarity --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(bookkeeping): harden correction flow and align VAT/cashflow reports (#726)
Bundles a set of bookkeeping-correctness fixes developed together. Correction / storno flow - correctEntry resolves (and seeds standard BAS) accounts for the corrected lines BEFORE writing the storno. The old order created and posted the storno first, then hit AccountsNotInChartError on the corrected lines and had to cancel it again — leaving a voided 0 kr storno in the chain and permanently burning a voucher number (an unexplained BFNAR 2013:2 gap). It now fails fast with nothing written. - correctEntry re-points the bank transaction and underlag from the reversed original to the live corrected entry, so the transaction keeps reading as booked (and stays correctable) and the underlag travels with it. recordateEntry delegates both relinks to correctEntry. - reverseEntry (engine) clears transactions.journal_entry_id for rows booked by the reversed entry, so a plain storno returns the bank row to "Att bokföra" with a re-booking affordance. The agent paths did this manually; the dashboard reverse route did not. - findUnresolvableAccounts replaces findMissingActiveAccounts in the categorize routes: a standard BAS account merely absent from the chart is seeded on demand by the engine, so pre-validation must not 400 on it — only unknown numbers or deactivated accounts block. - CorrectionChain dims cancelled (0 kr) entries and labels them so they no longer render like a live storno. Report accuracy - calculateVatLiability() (lib/reports/kpi.ts) is shared by the KPI route, the KPI xlsx export and the MCP period-summary tool, and uses the same 26xx accounts as the momsdeklaration (ruta 49). Reverse-charge and import pairs (e.g. 2614 credit + 2645 debit) net to zero instead of inflating the receivable (#715). VAT_OUTPUT_ACCOUNTS / VAT_INPUT_ACCOUNTS are derived from ACCOUNT_RUTA so the widget can never drift from the declaration. - Kassaflödesanalys records erhållna aktieägartillskott (2093) as a financing inflow and counts överkursfond (2086/2097) toward nyemission. 2093 was previously unmapped, so any contribution broke the 19xx reconciliation by exactly the contributed amount (#716). Wired through the report type, both PDF templates, the K3 PDF, the dashboard client and the årsredovisning summary type. Agent guidance - shared-rules: describe the real Accounted correction flow (Rätta rader / Rätta datum / Radera verifikat, on-demand BAS backfill) so the assistant stops inventing flows that don't exist. - verifikation-draft: clearer locked-period guidance. Tests cover all of the above (storno fail-fast + seeding + relink, reverseEntry unlink, findUnresolvableAccounts, VAT netting and the cashflow reconciliation cases). Add/bokslut (#718)
* feat(arcim-migration): Briox provider with SIE-over-API import - Briox auth via account ID + application token (no app-level credentials); both tokens rotate on refresh and are persisted - New sie-fetcher pulls the general ledger as SIE through the provider API for Fortnox, Briox and Bjorn Lunden - Wizard stops on a failed SIE import and surfaces the real errors instead of proceeding to the misleading migrate-guard message - PROVIDER_SIE_ONLY_FORTNOX renamed to PROVIDER_SIE_NOT_SUPPORTED; new PROVIDER_TOKEN_INVALID for rejected provider credentials Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): per-line accruals (periodisering) on invoices and supplier invoices Defer revenue/costs per invoice line to 29xx/17xx interim accounts with automatic monthly dissolution (nightly cron + catch-up at registration), schedule cancellation on credit, year-end auto-detect exclusion for already-scheduled invoices, invoice-inbox service-period extraction for prefill, and an MCP tool to list schedules. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bokslut): iXBRL arsredovisning generation and Bolagsverket digital filing Generate the annual report as iXBRL from a generated taxonomy registry (K2 element lists, taxonomy:generate/check scripts + CI guard), expose it via the fiscal-period API, and add the bolagsverket extension for digital submission to eget utrymme with webhook-driven status tracking (submissions table + pg tests, lifecycle events, year-end wizard UI). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(mcp): raise origin-guard test timeout to 20s The dynamic import pulls in the full server module; the parse alone flirts with the 5s default under full-suite parallel load. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add new scripts and documentation for K2 AB taxonomy generation and validation - Introduced `generate-taxonomy-registry.ts` to automate the generation of the iXBRL taxonomy concept registry from official element lists and tuple models. - Added `validate-ixbrl.mjs` for validating generated iXBRL reports against the official taxonomy package using Arelle. - Included new documentation files: - `k2-ab-arsredovisning-elementlista-2024-09-12_rev20250312_sv.xlsx` - `tuple-innehallsmodell-arsredovisning-k2-2024-09-12.xlsx` - `taxonomi-paket-2024-09-12_rev20250312.zip` * Add tests for bookkeeping accruals dissolution and supplier invoices - Implement tests for the POST /api/bookkeeping/accruals/[id]/dissolve route, covering success and error scenarios. - Add tests for the DELETE /api/supplier-invoices/[id] route, including authentication checks and validation of invoice deletion conditions. - Introduce tests for the Arcim migration provider client, ensuring token handling and error classification. - Create tests for the Bolagsverket extension, validating submission role enforcement and environment settings. - Add Zod schemas for Bolagsverket response payloads to ensure proper validation. - Implement tests for MCP server's list accrual schedules, confirming registration and scope mapping. - Add consistency tests for IXBRL document generation, ensuring duplicate facts and XML escaping are handled correctly. - Introduce typed domain errors for accrual schedules to improve error handling in the service. - Add tests for resolving consent with Briox token refresh concurrency, ensuring proper token management and error handling. * fix(tests): update payload size guard comments to reflect recent changes in tool descriptions and ceiling adjustments * fix(gitattributes): mark generated JSON files in bokslut taxonomy as linguist-generated * feat(migrations): add backfill for invoices.journal_entry_id and fallback for next_voucher_number user_id * feat(bokslut): enhance compliance and financial processing features with new submission details and security measures --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Enforce MFA on critical mutation routes + post-audit foundation (A1) (#646)
* feat(lib): add canonical money + format + fetch primitives (audit Tier 0) Foundation for post-audit cleanup: shared primitives so subsequent refactors import one helper instead of reinventing (the duplication the audit found). - lib/money.ts: canonical roundOre/ORE_TOLERANCE (+ equalOre/isZeroOre/sumOre); lib/bokslut/rounding.ts re-exports for back-compat - lib/utils.ts: formatAmount, formatWholeKr, formatDateTime - lib/hooks/use-fetch.ts: generic client fetch hook (abort, bilingual errors, refetch) - components/common/DataState.tsx: loading/error/empty wrapper over Skeleton/EmptyState - messages: common.retry / common.load_error (sv+en) - tests: 16 tests incl. the 1.005 half-ore case and locale-robust format assertions Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci(guards): ratchet against new MFA-bypassing routes and naive ore-rounding Adds scripts/checks/no-new-antipatterns.mjs + committed baseline. Fails CI only when a PR ADDS a route hand-rolling supabase.auth.getUser() (which skips MFA AAL2 enforcement) or a new Math.round(x*100)/100. Baseline: 178 raw-auth routes, 668 naive rounds — ratchets down as the A1 (route-auth) and D1 (rounding) migrations land. Wired into core-build.yml; green at baseline. Note: scripts/ is gitignored (.gitignore:70 '/scripts') yet tracks 39 files via force-add; these two were force-added to match that existing pattern. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(api, errors): enforce MFA on journal-entry mutation routes via withRouteContext (A1) Migrates the 4 journal-entry mutation routes (commit, correct, reverse, recordate) off hand-rolled supabase.auth.getUser() onto withRouteContext, which enforces MFA AAL2 (requireAuth) + non-viewer role (requireWrite) and routes thrown errors through the canonical errorResponse envelope. Fixes audit finding A1 for the most compliance-critical mutations and folds in C8 for these routes (drops bookkeepingErrorResponse; they now emit message_en). Also fixes a latent bug: errorResponse()/extractBookkeepingDetails only handled 11 of 15 typed bookkeeping errors, so MeaninglessCorrection / NoOpenPeriodForDate / TargetPeriodClosed / TargetPeriodLocked silently degraded to a generic 500 (affecting existing v1 callers too). Adds the 4 missing registry codes + extract cases -> correct 400/409. Behavior change: untyped engine throws now return the canonical 500 envelope instead of 400+raw-string; typed errors keep their status (verified against the registry). Tests updated to the realistic typed-error contract + a 403 write-gate test on commit. Updates .claude/rules/api-routes.md to prescribe withRouteContext. Ratchets the antipattern guard 178 -> 174. Full unit suite green (5023); tsc: no new errors. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(api): enforce MFA on salary run authorization routes via withRouteContext (A1) Migrates the salary-run lifecycle write routes (approve, paid, revert) — the highest-PII A1 surface — off hand-rolled supabase.auth.getUser() onto withRouteContext (enforces MFA AAL2 + non-viewer role). Explicit { error } returns are preserved unchanged (passed through the wrapper); only auth changes, so no error-shape regression. Salary unit suite green (8). Ratchets the antipattern guard 174 -> 171. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * review: address PR #646 bot findings - guard: match withRouteContext/requireAuth at the CALL site (withRouteContext[<(]), not a bare import — closes the false-negative greptile flagged. It surfaced app/api/sandbox/seed (hand-rolled getUser; the loose regex had matched a code comment). Switched that route to requireAuth() — the documented stopgap for routes that can't use withRouteContext (it runs before a company exists; anonymous users, so MFA is a no-op but the auth path is now consistent). Guard stays at 171. - money.test: add the negative half-ore case roundOre(-1.005) === -1 to lock the rounding direction against regressions. - use-fetch: document keep-previous-data + deferred-loading (effect-tick) semantics. - structured-errors: drop the BFL 5 kap. 5 § citation from MEANINGLESS_CORRECTION per the swedish-compliance bot (5 § governs correction procedure, not the no-op precondition). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * review: enrich wrapper error logging + document sandbox GDPR controls (PR #646) - with-route-context: log unhandled errors and route errorResponse through the resolved { userId, companyId } logger, not just { requestId, operation } — closes the OWASP V16 audit-trail finding for all 82+ routes using the wrapper. Documented in the JSDoc. - sandbox/seed: document the GDPR Art.32 compensating controls for the anonymous write path (anonymous-only, /24 rate limit, synthetic demo data, own-company RLS scope). No functional change — the flagged behaviour is pre-existing by design; this records the reasoning inline. Bug/UI wrong display (#573)
* fix(dashboard): exclude credit notes from unpaid invoices widget Credit notes (status='sent', negative total) were summed into the "Att få betalt" widget, producing confusing negative totals like "2 st, -38 625 kr". Filter them out via credited_invoice_id IS NULL, matching the existing pattern in reminder-processor and the AR ledger. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): harden PDF preview and upload validation - JournalEntryAttachments: switch inline PDF preview from <iframe> to <object type="application/pdf">. Mirrors the AttachmentPreviewSheet fix from #572 — Chrome's frame pipeline intermittently surfaced "Det här innehållet har blockerats" on iframes even with permissive CSP. <object> invokes the PDF plugin directly. crbug.com/271452. - /api/documents/:id/inline: resolve Content-Type via file extension when mime_type is null or application/octet-stream. Legacy uploads landed with empty File.type from some drag sources; combined with the new X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff header on this route, Chrome refused to render valid PDFs. Extension fallback covers every legacy row without a DB backfill. - /api/documents POST: surface DB-trigger period-lock errors as a 400 DOC_UPLOAD_PERIOD_LOCKED with a Swedish reason. Previously every catch was bucketed into DOC_UPLOAD_STORAGE_FAILED (500 / "Filen kunde inte sparas") which hid the real cause from users attaching to verifikationer in closed/locked fiscal periods. - document-service: add validateDocumentMagicBytes() that inspects the first bytes for valid PDF/PNG/JPEG/WebP headers (PDF tolerates a leading UTF-8 BOM). Wired into uploadDocument() and createNewVersion() so every upload path is protected — UI, MCP, and future email/webhook ingestion. Defends against agents that send a base64-encoded text placeholder instead of real binary bytes via the gnubok_upload_document MCP tool, which produced tiny (15-561 byte) "PDFs" that failed to render in Chrome and in external viewers. Tests use a minimal valid PDF buffer (%PDF-1.4 … %%EOF). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(arsredovisning): emit ÅRL-required notes and FTE-weighted medelantal Five compliance gaps fixed in the K2 and K3 noter builders: - Anläggningstillgångar roll-forward per ÅRL 5:8 § — per-category IB anskaffningsvärde, tillkommande, avgående, UB and accumulated avskrivningar movement (was only emitting avskrivningstider). - Långfristiga skulder förfallande efter mer än fem år per ÅRL 5:13 §. - Ställda säkerheter and Eventualförpliktelser as separate notes per ÅRL 5:14-15 § (K2 previously combined them). - Koncernförhållanden per BFNAR 2016:10 kap. 19 / BFNAR 2012:1 kap. 8. Replaces medelantal anställda — the old query filtered employees by an is_active column that doesn't exist, so the note never emitted. Now uses an FTE-weighted day-based average per ÅRL 5:20 §. Six disclosure fields persist on arsredovisning_narratives as per-period overrides; the UI extends the existing förvaltningsberättelse editor with a "Lagstadgade upplysningar" subsection sharing the same Spara button — no new pages, no settings changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): respect vat_registered=false and hide personnummer for B2C - PDF address block no longer prints org_number for individual customers (GDPR data minimization; ML 17 kap 24§ requires name + address only). - Wire company_settings.vat_registered through the rule helpers, invoice creation API, preview-pdf API, and the new-invoice form so a non-VAT- registered seller cannot charge VAT (ML 1 kap. 1§). The PDF suppresses the empty "Moms 0%" row and shows a dedicated "Företaget är inte momsregistrerat" notice instead of the ML 3 kap. exempt notice. - Engine unchanged: 'exempt' treatment already routes to 3004/3100 and skips VAT lines. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): remove approval rules from sidebar and routes * fix(invoices): ensure vat_registered defaults to true for invoice previews and API --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/chrome pdf preview csp (#572)
* feat: add option to exclude year-end closing entries in SIE export and related reports * delete docs * fix: allow Chrome's PDF viewer in verifikat document preview The /api/documents/:id/inline route shipped with `object-src 'none'` in its CSP, which blocked Chrome's built-in PDF viewer (it renders inline PDFs via an internal <embed>). Users on Chrome saw "Det här innehållet har blockerats" when expanding a PDF attachment in the bookkeeping view; Firefox (PDF.js) and Edge (own viewer) were unaffected, and JPGs worked because <img> isn't subject to object-src. Drops the CSP for this route to the minimum needed for embeddability: `frame-ancestors 'self'`. X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff plus the fixed Content-Type from the handler already block MIME confusion; X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN + frame-ancestors still block clickjacking. Gmail gets a from:<sender> search pre-populated; Outlook/Yahoo/iCloud/Proton open the inbox directly. Unknown / custom domains fall back to the existing copy. Sender address is configurable via NEXT_PUBLIC_BRANDING_AUTH_EMAIL_FROM (default noreply@gnubok.se) so white-label installs can match their Supabase Auth SMTP config. BankID magic-link logins produce AAL1, and middleware skips MFA enforcement for bankid_linked users, so they had no path to AAL2 — leaving them unable to set a backup password or disable MFA without going through the email-recovery escape hatch. - /api/account/password: branch on app_metadata.has_password. First-time set writes via service.auth.admin.updateUserById (no existing credential to protect, AAL2 guard does not apply). Change-password keeps the user-session updateUser so AAL2 still fires for credential rotation. - /mfa/verify: accept a safeReturnTo query param and route there after successful verify, so step-up flows can land back where they came from. - SecuritySettings: detect the AAL2 error from both change-password and mfa.unenroll and redirect through /mfa/verify?returnTo=/settings/account instead of toasting a dead-end error.
