fix(ux): actions update lists in place - no more takeovers, jumps and dead air (#1629)
* fix(ux): update lists in place on actions instead of takeover spinners and jumps Founder report: the app feels glitchy when clicking around, especially when deleting a row or booking something. The repo-wide anti-pattern behind it: single-row actions trigger whole-list skeleton/spinner takeovers (layout collapse, scroll jump, full stagger-enter replay), deletes give zero feedback then hard-jump, and the /transactions exit "animation" was filter-only and never animated. Per surface: - Never take over a rendered list for a background refresh. The skeleton/spinner swap is now reserved for an empty (or foreign) list on /transactions (fetchTransactions), /pending (fetchOperations, covering both listed Granskning findings, one file), kundfakturor (fetchInvoices), leverantörsfakturor (fetchInvoices, plus try/catch/finally so a failed fetch can no longer stick the skeleton or masquerade as an empty register) and the verifikat list (JournalEntryList now takes a refreshToken prop and refetches in place; /bookkeeping no longer key-remounts it into a spinner, so expansion/selection/pagination/scroll survive a created verifikat). Quiet inline Loader2 cues near the list headers on /transactions and /pending signal a background reconcile. - /transactions row exit: exiting rows (booked/ignored/deleted) stay rendered through the existing 350ms window with a real exit transition (.row-exit: fast fade, then the space closes by transitioning cell paddings/line metrics and a numeric max-height on the fixed-height cell spans) and pointer-events off. Instant removal under prefers-reduced-motion. Applied to the inbox cards, the skattekonto card and the history rows. - /transactions delete: routes through processingId (row spinner) and the exitingIds path, and decrements totalUncategorizedCount when the deleted row was pending (the realtime echo is not guaranteed for DELETE on a filtered subscription). - FyPicker double-fetch: the initial fetch now waits for FyPicker's onReady (fires after its persisted-scope restore), so mount does one correctly scoped fetch instead of racing an unscoped fetch against the restore refetch (list -> skeleton -> list on every visit). Period changes refetch background-only behind the client-filtered list. - Pagination survives realtime echoes: background refreshes re-fetch range(0, pagedCountRef) instead of resetting to the first 200 rows, so "Visa fler" pages no longer collapse after any action. Gates: full vitest suite green (14764 passed), tsc output byte-identical to the origin/main baseline, eslint 0 errors on touched files, check:guards green, package-lock untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): apply review round on action-feedback smoothness - /pending: sequence-guard fetchOperations so a stale previous-tab response can't overwrite the current tab's rows, counts, or loading cues - /pending: check res.ok on the pending fetch and both history fetches before applying payloads; failures keep current rows and surface the existing error toast - /transactions: reset fiscal scope (fyReady/fyPeriodId/fyPeriod) during render on company switch so FyPicker re-runs its persisted restore and stale bounds never scope a fetch for the wrong company - /transactions: drop a deleted row's id from selectedIds so the bulk bar can't act on a deleted row - row exit: add the inert attribute on exiting row wrappers alongside pointer-events so keyboard focus and activation are blocked too - JournalEntryList: preserve selection on refreshToken background refreshes (reconciled against the refreshed page); user-initiated reloads still clear it Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Jakob Wennberg <311770904+jakobwennberg-oss@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(skattekonto): deep-link Skapa verifikat manuellt to a prefilled, auto-linked verifikat (#1621)
* fix(skattekonto): deep-link Skapa verifikat manuellt to a prefilled, auto-linked verifikat "Skapa verifikat manuellt" in the SkattekontoBookDialog routed to plain /bookkeeping: the user landed on the list with no form, no prefill and no link to the row (reported by a user for a Slutlig skatt event, which has no booking rule by design). The CTA now deep-links to /bookkeeping?skv_tx=... carrying the row's id, date, text and amount. The bookkeeping page opens the Nytt verifikat dialog prefilled (1630 on the correct side per the booking sign convention, balanced counter line with the motkonto left to pick, date and description set) and, once the verifikat is saved (posted or draft), links it back to the skattekonto row via the existing match endpoint. A failed link degrades to a destructive toast pointing at the manual "Matcha mot verifikat" path. The URL params are prefill convenience only: the match route re-validates ownership, ALREADY_BOOKED and ENTRY_ALREADY_LINKED server-side. The parse/build/line-shaping contract lives in core lib (lib/skatteverket/manual-verifikat-prefill.ts, unit-tested) because the bookkeeping page cannot import from the extension. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skattekonto): keep deep-link payload out of the URL + share the 1630 constant Resolves the PR #1621 review findings in one pass: - Compliance swarm (GDPR Art.5(1)(f), ISO A.8.12): the deep link no longer carries date, text and amount as query params, where they would persist in browser history, access logs and Referer headers. The row payload is staged in sessionStorage, consumed single-use and validated against the opaque skv_tx id, which is all the URL exposes. A missing or mismatched payload degrades to the plain /bookkeeping list; the auto-link itself is still validated server-side by the match route. - Swedish accounting review note: SKATTEKONTO_ACCOUNT ('1630') is now imported by the extension's booking and match libs from the core prefill lib instead of being duplicated, so prefill and server-side booking cannot drift. - CodeRabbit docstring warning: the new lib exports carry docstrings. Storage is injectable (PrefillStorage) so the node-env tests cover the round-trip, single-use semantics, id mismatch, malformed payloads and a throwing privacy-mode storage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(skattekonto): record the sessionStorage staging window as accepted residual risk The compliance swarm's remaining LOW finding (ISO A.8.12) offers documentation as its remediation path: an XSS attacker already reads the full ledger via the session's authenticated APIs, so the sub-second sessionStorage staging window adds no capability worth a server-issued token roundtrip. Recorded in the lib header and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix: false popup-blocked toast on Visa dokument + scope SKV reconnect line to skattekonto source (#1613)
* fix(documents): stop false popup-blocked toast on Visa dokument window.open() returns null BY SPEC when 'noopener' is in the features string, even when the tab opens, so the destructive 'Tillåt popupfönster' toast fired on every successful open. Open without the features string and sever the reverse channel manually (tab.opener = null), the same pattern lib/browser/deferred-tab.ts already uses; the toast now fires only on a genuine popup block. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): scope the SKV reconnect line to the skattekonto source The reconnect attn line rendered on /transactions whenever the SKV connection needed renewal, regardless of what the user was looking at, so it read as permanent noise. It now shows only when the source picker is on Skatteverket (the rows it actually explains); the skattekonto page keeps its own reconnect line. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): keep Skatteverket source pickable while reconnect is needed In the reconnect-needed state the transaktioner fetch 401s, skvRows goes empty, the Skatteverket option left the source picker, and the stale-filter effect reset the filter to 'all': the source-gated reconnect line became unreachable exactly when it applied. Show the source whenever rows exist OR reconnect is needed (skvNeedsReconnect already requires connected=true, so never-connected companies get no phantom source). No component test: repo test scope is lib/ + app/api/ (no component tests). refactor(design): lock the border-radius ladder, one radius per role (#1607)
Seven radii were in circulation (4/5/6/8/12/16px + pill) with no rule for which went where; one toolbar row on /transactions mixed four shape languages. This locks a 4-tier ladder (design.md convention 16): - pill: interactive toolbar controls (buttons, chips, pickers, segmented controls, toolbar search, count nubs) - rounded-xl (12px): overlay tier: page panel, dialogs, slide-overs - rounded-lg (8px): cards, form fields, popover/menu content, boxes - rounded-sm (4px): nested leaves (menu items, checkboxes, kbd/code nubs) Changes: - New SegmentedControl primitive (pill-in-pill tablist, h-8) replaces the hand-rolled bg-muted/70 tablist copied across 11 files - New ToolbarSearch primitive (pill, h-8) adopted on 9 page toolbars; dialog/picker searches keep the rounded-lg Input - dialog.tsx 8px -> 12px, matching SettingsModal/slide-over/CommandPalette - ContextPicker chips at the shared h-8 toolbar height - ~300 rounded-md / bare rounded call sites remapped by role; auth icon tiles and the mobile nav sheet come down from 16px to 12px - rounded-md, bare rounded, rounded-2xl and rounded-[Npx] are dead vocabulary, enforced by a new off-ladder-radius check in check:guards Verified: lint 0 errors, 14422 unit tests pass, check:guards green, tsc clean on all changed files, sandbox screenshots of transactions/ bookkeeping/granskning toolbars and the Ny verifikation dialog. fix(scoping): Skatteverket per företag + nåbara startkort + företags-scopade val (#1610)
* fix(scoping): skatteverket per company + true pristine gates + scoped dismissals Skatteverket connections become per (user, company): the token table carried BOTH UNIQUE(user_id) and UNIQUE(company_id) (two stacked half migrations), so one connection leaked "connected" onto every company the user belongs to, sync ran the token against the wrong orgnr (behorighet 403), and reconnecting from another company silently moved the row and went dark on the first company's crons. Token reads/writes are now scoped by company through the whole chain (token-store, api-client refresh coalescing, skvRequest and its 21 call sites, resolve-auth, crons, MCP), /skattekonto/saldo answers 401 NOT_CONNECTED for companies without their own row (which is what the page's startkort keys on), and the dashboard connect-nudge counts only the active company's row. Bookkeeping's pristine start card now keys on all-years emptiness via a count probe instead of "no active filters": the default fiscal-year selection counted as a filter, which made the card unreachable on brand-new companies (it showed "inga traffar" instead). Two browser-global localStorage keys become company-scoped with legacy fallbacks: the inbox onboarding dismissal (dismissing on one company hid the card everywhere) and the periodisering auto-detect toggle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(scoping): dedupe cron work per (user, company) + guard the ledger probe CodeRabbit findings on #1610: the skattekonto sync cron still deduped token rows by user_id alone, which would drop every company but one for multi-company operators (the exact scenario the PR fixes); and the all-years ledger probe could leave a stale false behind on a failed refetch, letting the pristine card render unconfirmed. The probe now resets to unknown in flight and carries the fetch generation guard. feat(empty-states): startkort on six pages with strata imagery (#1603)
Replace the true-empty states on Kundfakturor, Transaktioner, Underlag, Loner, Bokforing and Skattekonto with StartCard: a self-contained dark hero (image-derived ground baked into the strata render, white primary CTA) that says what the page can do instead of what is missing. Primary CTAs lead with the connect/setup action per page (bank via PSD2 deep link, mailboxes, Skatteverket, migration import); filtered/search empty states and viewer fallbacks keep the old compact states. Design signed off in the Startkort prototype iterations 2026-08-13. feat(bookkeeping): correction-chain depth guard + Bedrock stream retry (#1581)
* feat(bookkeeping): bypassable chain-depth guard on corrections and stornos Correcting or reversing an entry that already sits 3+ links deep in a rattelse chain (correction_of_id/reverses_id walked in the DB, never description matching) now throws CORRECTION_CHAIN_TOO_DEEP, steering the caller to book ONE correction expressing the chain's net effect. Agents looped storno+rattelse 10 deep on a live company (63/193 vouchers noise). The guard is advisory, never a dead end: allow_deep_chain bypasses it on every surface (correctEntry/reverseEntry option, REST body, MCP tool arg staged through pending_operations, and confirm dialogs with Ratta anda / Aterfor anda in the web UI). MCP staging pre-flight fires the guard at stage time so the agent reconsiders in the same turn, and the executor re-checks at commit. tools/list payload ceiling bumped 59K -> 59.5K for the two bypass properties (trimmed to one sentence first). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): retry the Bedrock stream once on transient failures A transient stream death (429/5xx, transport cut, or the two known stream-corruption signatures: 'Unexpected event order' and 'request ended without sending any chunks') killed the whole chat turn, stranding the user mid-answer. The turn now retries once per turn after a short backoff: safe because nothing is persisted until finalMessage() succeeds. A new stream_restart event carries the pre-attempt text snapshot so the chat client resets the partial bubble, drops uncompleted tool chips, and shows 'Forsoker igen...' until the retried stream produces text. Non-transient errors (403, 400) keep the existing immediate-error path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): regenerate accounted-api skill and wire allow_deep_chain through v1 apiskill:check failed: CorrectJournalEntrySchema gained allow_deep_chain, making references/journal-entries.md stale. Regenerated (hand-applied: the generator output is deterministic from the registry). While wiring: the v1 correct route validated allow_deep_chain but dropped it, and the v1 reverse route's strict body schema would have rejected it outright, leaving API clients no bypass when the chain-depth guard fires. Both now forward the flag to the engine and document CORRECTION_CHAIN_TOO_DEEP as a pitfall. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: re-trigger CI after Vercel infra hang The preview for e527e4044 compiled in 91s then hung 40 minutes in the TypeScript phase and was killed with no error output; a CLI redeploy of the identical code went Ready in 5m. Empty commit to refresh the git- triggered deployment status. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): address CodeRabbit review on the chain-depth guard - correction-chain: report rootVoucher only when the walk reached a genuine parentless root; a broken link, cycle, or hop-cap now yields null instead of presenting an intermediate voucher as the chain root. - recordate: propagate allow_deep_chain end-to-end (recordateEntry option, route schema, and a Flytta anda bypass confirm in the dialog); a date move is another storno+rattelse layer and carried the guard with no override path. - v1 correct/reverse: run the chain-depth guard before the dry-run return so a dry run gives the same verdict as the real execution. - dashboard reverse route: 400 on malformed JSON or a non-boolean allow_deep_chain instead of silently reversing without the override; empty body stays the supported no-body case. Tests added. - AgentChat stream_restart: discard the dead attempt's reasoning and re-arm the post-tool paragraph break so a retried turn doesn't render thinking twice or glue its continuation onto restored text. - v1 reverse route doc comment updated for allow_deep_chain. Not changed: the journal-list reverse flow (flagged as a dead end) can never receive CORRECTION_CHAIN_TOO_DEEP: the list renders Aterfor only for entries that are neither storno nor correction, and such entries have no backward chain links, so their depth is always 0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(bookkeeping): recordate route test expects the new options arg recordateEntry now takes { allowDeepChain } as a sixth argument; the route test's called-with assertion predates it. fix(design): stop synthesizing bold on Hedvig display headings (#1555)
* fix(design): stop synthesizing bold on Hedvig display headings Hedvig Letters Serif ships weight 400 only, but the h1-h3 base rule forced font-weight 500 and DialogTitle/SheetTitle stacked font-semibold on top, so every display heading rendered browser-synthesized bold: the smudged heavy look on dialog titles and page headings. Drop the base rule to 400, remove the weight utilities from the title primitives, and sweep the 41 files that hand-set font-medium/semibold/bold on serif headings (a pattern design.md already forbids). Headings that opt into font-sans keep their weight. refactor(design): no amber boxes, attention is one ochre sentence (#1562)
The founder wants the yellow boxes gone everywhere. The design system already agreed: status colors are data, not chrome (convention 12) and attention is a single ochre sentence, never a banner (convention 6). This enforces it: - ConfirmationDialog: the amber warning panel is now an AttnLine, and the hardcoded Swedish default warningText is gone: it injected an immutability warning into dialogs whose authors never asked for one (every current caller passes the prop explicitly, so no behavior change at any call site). - Badge warning variant: amber fill replaced with a hairline chip and ochre text. - DestructiveConfirmDialog warning variant: neutral icon disc, default primary confirm button (only --destructive survives as chrome). - BankSyncStatusChip stale state: same neutral shape as the healthy chip, ochre text carries the signal. - SandboxBanner: solid amber bar becomes secondary-on-border chrome. - BankIdAuth, BankIdCompanyPicker, SessionTimeoutModal: the last three raw-amber (bg-amber-*) holdouts moved onto tokens, the company-picker banner becoming a plain AttnLine. - Mechanical sweep of the ~58 hand-rolled bg-warning/border-warning boxes across 45 files: fills to bg-muted/30 (icon discs bg-muted), borders to border-border, text-warning-foreground to text-attn. The account-class dots in account-number.tsx keep bg-warning: they are data indicators, not chrome. refactor(ui): validation as errors on attempt, help text behind the ? (#1561)
The founder flagged the app as bloated with standing instructional text. Ny verifikation: the what's-missing lines (Ange en beskrivning, Minst två rader...) rendered from the first frame because their only gate was form validity, which an empty form fails: instructions dressed as validation. The submit buttons now stay enabled and an attempt on an incomplete form is what surfaces the lines, in destructive red, per the error-on-submit idiom. The Enter-to-advance flow keeps the old completeness predicate so navigation is untouched. Matcha mot befintlig verifikation: the two-sentence explainer moved behind a ? (HelpPopover, convention 7), the N:1 note tightened, the Visa även matchade switch became a quiet link (switches are settings idiom), and Stark träff, the normal auto-selected case, renders as muted text instead of a chip (chips mark exceptions, convention 5). Deleted always-visible paraphrase lines and their orphaned keys: items_card_description, picker_description, references_subtitle, sort_stack_hint, dimensions hints, document_help, and the dead fill_balance_hint key that had no render site at all. refactor(agent): keep the assistant in the nav, FAB and underlag flow only (#1557)
The founder wants the scattered per-page assistant buttons gone: the assistant is reachable from the nav and the floating tab everywhere, so in-page duplicates were noise. Removed the AgentSparkleButton call sites (year-end, verifikat detail, supplier invoice detail, invoice editor) and the now-orphaned component, the soft hand-off link in the Ny verifikat modal (plus its i18n keys), and the transaction-row overflow item. Kept: nav entry, floating tab, the Dokumentinkorg flow, and the sanctioned "Skapa med assistent" split-button mode on /bookkeeping (design.md convention 14). The command palette's hand-off entries hardcoded the agent name "Anna"; they now use the identity from AgentSheetProvider like every other affordance, and hide until agent onboarding is done (same gate as the FAB). feat(ui): prev/next record navigation on detail pages (#1530)
* feat(ui): prev/next record navigation on detail pages Customer feedback: stepping between invoices in a reskontra (56 -> 57 -> 58) required going back to the list for every record. List pages now write their full ordered id array to sessionStorage when a row is opened (Accounted:list-context:<scope>:<companyId>), and the detail pages for kundfakturor, leverantorsfakturor, and verifikat show a compact prev/next pager (chevrons + 'n av m') next to the back control. ArrowLeft/ArrowRight step too, except while typing in a text field or while a dialog is open. Navigation uses router.replace so 'tillbaka' returns to the list in one step. Deep links and new tabs have no context: the pager hides and pages behave as before. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pager): overlay-aware arrow guard, notes-draft safety, context on Visa detaljer Review fixes on the detail-record pager: - The keyboard guard matched any mounted [role=dialog], so the agent sheet (which stays mounted display:none once opened) killed arrow paging for the rest of the tab session, while open dropdown menus did not block at all. The guard now mirrors the AgentSheet Esc selector (data-state="open" variants incl. alertdialog and radix menu/select/listbox content) and also yields while focus sits inside a dialog/menu/listbox container. Extracted as pure functions in lib/hooks/detail-pager-guards.ts so the rules are testable in the node test environment. - Arrow keys could unmount the verifikat page and destroy an unsaved notes draft once the textarea lost focus. useDetailPager and DetailPager now take a keyboard flag, and the verifikat page disables keyboard paging while editingNotes is active; the chevron buttons stay live. - The expanded-row Visa detaljer link in JournalEntryList navigated without writing the list context, producing stale pager snapshots; it now calls rememberListContext like the voucher link. - ListContext.listPath was written and strictly validated but never consumed: removed from the interface, all writers, and the read validation. Reads stay tolerant of extra properties so contexts stored by older builds still parse. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(pager): quiet wayfinding strip instead of buttons in the title cluster The pager sat between the back arrow and the H1, which read as a toolbar of three boxed buttons and made the title jump horizontally per record. All three detail pages now share the verifikat page's pattern: a muted back text-link on the left and the pager right-aligned on the same quiet row. The pager itself drops to 16px glyphs, muted ink, and hides when the list context holds a single record. fix(inbox): say each thing once, and stop explaining what doing it teaches (#1532)
* docs(inbox): the onboarding card described the page as it used to be Three steps ending at 'matcha mot en transaktion eller bokför', a Beta badge it had outgrown, and no mention that the page now searches the mailboxes itself, lists the purchases missing a receipt, or proposes the kontering. It now names the three things a person actually does: get an address, connect a brevlåda so Kvittojakten can look on its own, and approve the proposed kontering. The pricing line keeps the distinction that matters (collecting underlag is free; AI-tolkning and the hunt are in the plan) and drops the Beta badge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): say each thing once, and stop explaining what doing it teaches Six things the page said that it did not need to say, or said twice. The mailbox rows misaligned because the address could not shrink: a long one pushed the date and Koppla från onto a second line while the provider mark stayed centred against a now two-line row. min-w-0 lets truncate work. The settings group was labelled Leta efter underlag directly above a row labelled Sök igenom brevlådorna. The group is now Kvittojakten, which is what the rest of the app calls it. A hunt that found nothing left its line on screen indefinitely. There is nothing to act on, so it clears after a few seconds. A run that found something, or failed, still stays: both name a next step. Ändra kontering opened with no rows at all for an unknown supplier, so the first move was Lägg till rad before anything could be typed. The form already defaults to two blank rows when given nothing, but an empty proposal was passed as [] rather than undefined, which is not the same. Its description restated the title, and the keyboard tips sat under every entry form permanently; both are learned by doing. The matched state was stated twice in one rail, as a bordered box and a badge. The badge keeps it, and takes over the box's link to the transaction. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): name the account, not just the line text A proposal read '5890 Utlägg Norwegian'. 5890 is Övriga resekostnader, which the preview never said: it printed the account number next to the line's own description, so the only readable word on the line was one the proposal wrote about itself. Approving meant trusting a label that never named what was being debited, and a travel cost looked like an utlägg. The account's own name now leads, with the line text after it when it says something the name does not. Same for the VAT lines. Fetched once and shared across previews; a failed lookup leaves the number rather than blanking the line. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): the account-name map must not outlive the company Review finding, and the tenancy half is the real one. The lookup was a module-level promise populated once with ??= and never invalidated, so a company switch that does not reload the page would keep showing the previous company's account names against this company's numbers: a wrong name reads as verified in a way a bare number never does. It is also permanent on failure. A single transient error resolved the cached promise to {} for the rest of the session, with no retry short of a reload. The page owns it now and passes it down by context: one fetch per mount, gone when the page is, and a failure leaves the bare number and retries next time. feat(inbox): Underlag rebuilt to answer what is missing, where to get it, and how it would be booked (#1524)
* fix(mail): stop Gmail refusing the search, and stop calling that "hittade inget" Pressing Leta produced mails=25, documents=0 on a real two-mailbox run. Nothing was found because nothing was searched: every request came back 429 "Too many concurrent requests for user". Two bugs, and the second is the one that matters. The search fanned out with Promise.all over every message id at once, one Gmail request per message, per connection. Gmail enforces a per-user concurrency ceiling as well as a daily quota, and this sailed past it long before any volume worth worrying about. It now runs through a pool of five per connection, which is comfortably under and still finishes a page of results in a couple of round trips. The catch turned each refusal into an empty array, with a comment saying one mailbox's failure must not become the company's. Right instinct, wrong consequence: an empty array is also what an empty mailbox returns, and the manual hunt loop stops on fetched === 0 because that is its signal for "the mailboxes hold nothing more for what is open". So a rate-limited search told the user their receipts do not exist, and stopped looking. searchFailureCount() now separates "could not look" from "nothing there". The run route reports it, and the loop treats a pass with failures as failed rather than finished, so pressing again is the obvious next move instead of a pointless one. This is the failure this feature exists to catch, happening inside the feature: silence that reads as an answer. Restoring the unbounded fan-out fails one test; removing the failure counter fails three. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(inbox): segment filter as a dropdown, not three rows of pills Five filters wrapped to three lines in a 280px column. The counts are what people actually read, so they stay on the trigger and inside the menu rather than being traded away for the space. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(inbox): one chip for where underlag come from Three routes in, and the page never said so: the forwarding address sat inline in the header, the mailboxes lived only in Instaellningar, and WhatsApp was invisible here entirely. They are behind one chip now. Which mailbox and when it was last read is what people look up when something seems wrong, not what they read every visit, so it opens rather than occupying the header. A mailbox that has stopped working is the exception, so it surfaces on the chip itself rather than waiting to be found one click in. That silence is the failure this feature exists to catch. Configuration stays in Instaellningar; this only reports. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(inbox): the kontering first, the evidence folded Reading order was backwards. Nine extracted values came first and the one thing to approve came last, so every matched item meant scrolling past the evidence to reach the decision. The proposed kontering is now the first thing in the rail. The fields fold behind a summary that carries how many of the twelve the extraction actually filled, so a thin extraction is visible without opening it. They stay open when nothing is matched: with no proposal above them the fields are all there is, and folding the only content on the pane would be a hiding place rather than a hierarchy. The counted list is the same one hasAnyExtractedField checks, so the summary cannot claim a field the 'is anything here' test does not count. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(inbox): one dialog that changes the whole verifikat The rail offered three overlapping ways to alter a booking and none said what it covered: an Aendra beside the date, an Aendra kontering at the bottom, and a menu entry that did what the primary button already did. This is the one control, and its scope is the whole verifikat: date, series, description, every line. It opens pre-filled with the proposal when there is one and empty when there is not, so there is no separate book-manually path to pick between. A dialog rather than an inline editor: a 340px rail cannot hold an account picker, two money columns and a delete control per row without clipping something, and the document has to stay readable while the numbers change. Checking a momssats against the paper is the reason to open it at all. TransactionBookingDialog already has this shape for the same reason. The form is JournalEntryForm unchanged. It carries the series picker, per line descriptions, dimensions, currency, the balance check and the confirm step, and it posts through the sanctioned route. Extending BookDirectlyDialog was the alternative and is not viable: three effects seed its lines and fight anything injected, and its FormLine has no room for line text, dimensions or tax codes. Nothing posts without the form's own review step, so a proposal stays a draft the user commits. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): show every unreceipted purchase, and fold the mailboxes Three things. The 100 kr floor was hiding 52 of one real company's 119 unreceipted purchases: the page reported 67 and looked tidier for it. The floor was copied from the receipt hunt, where it earns its place because every candidate costs a mail search and a model read. This list costs a query, and bokforingslagen wants an underlag for the 45 kr purchase exactly as much as for the 4 500 kr one. The hunt keeps its floor; the page has none. Mailboxes fold. When it was last searched is what you look up when a mailbox seems to have gone quiet, not what you read on the way past. The address stays on the row, and a connection that needs reconnecting still says so without opening. Dropped the line telling people to go to Instaellningar. The panel reports where underlag come from; sending them elsewhere was the seam this work set out to close. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(inbox): split the portal purchases out, and say what a run found Four things from looking at the real page beside the artifact. Hamta fran portal is its own list again. Twelve of one company's 119 unreceipted purchases have a supplier whose invoices sit behind a login, and that is a different job from the other 107: go there and fetch it, versus ask somebody. Collapsing them into one list with a badge buried the twelve you can settle now among the hundred you cannot. A run now says what it did. Pressing Leta and being told nothing is why the feature read as broken even on the runs where it worked: three underlag landed and the page looked identical afterwards. WhatsApp folds like the mailboxes and shows its number, which is the fact worth having. Describing the channel to someone who already connected it was not. The forwarding address lost its subtitle, and WhatsApp rows carry the brand mark. Emailed documents keep the generic one: nothing records which mailbox fetched them, so claiming a provider would be a guess. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): the WhatsApp number, three wrong portals, and somewhere to drop the file The WhatsApp row read the response in snake_case while the route answers camelCase, so a linked number rendered as a dash and a verified link read as unverified. Reading phoneMasked and verifiedAt fixes both. Anthropic, Vercel and Supabase are out of the portal directory. All three email their invoices to European customers, so listing them told somebody to go and log in for a document already sitting in their inbox: worse than saying nothing, because it sends them away from the answer. The directory's bar is 'does not send the invoice', not 'also has a portal'. The poll it was seeded from asked which portals people log into, and people answered with where an invoice can also be found. The same objection may reach further down the list. A purchase with no underlag now offers somewhere to put one. Telling somebody a document is missing without a place to drop it is half an answer, and the drop zone carries the amount and the date so the right file goes to the right purchase. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(portal): the links were never opened, and two of them were wrong The directory shipped with eighteen hand-written paths and none had been clicked. The file said so in its own header and shipped regardless, which is how a founder came to land on a 404 opening Google Workspace. A sweep of every URL found GitHub broken as well. Google Workspace now points at the console root rather than a deep billing path: admin.google.com refuses automated requests, so no deeper path can be verified from here, and a link that lands one click short beats one that lands on an error page. GitHub points at the path that actually answers. Trygg Hansa is removed because neither candidate URL could be reached at all, and an unverifiable link is exactly the promise this file kept warning about. scripts/check-portal-urls.mts sweeps them, so the next wrong URL is found by a script rather than by somebody who trusted the link. A 404 fails it; a host that refuses automation reports as unreachable and does not, because failing on those would train people to ignore the output. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): the drop zone now actually attaches the file to the purchase It did not. The generic upload sends only the file, so a document dropped while a purchase was selected landed in the inbox unmatched, while the pane showed that purchase's amount and date directly under the drop zone. The copy promised a link the code never made, and the user was left to match by hand what they had already told us. Uploading from a selected purchase now matches the new item to that transaction through the endpoint that already exists, and a file dropped anywhere on the page while a purchase is selected counts as that purchase's receipt rather than a loose upload. When the match fails the document is still safely filed, so it says so plainly instead of claiming a link that is not there. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): book the underlag against its transaction, and stop claiming links Two blockers found by review, both on the path that writes to the ledger. "Granska och bokför" never sent transaction_id. JournalEntryForm serialises a fixed set of keys and that is not one of them, and BookInboxItemDirectlySchema is a non-strict z.object, so the source_id carrying it was silently stripped. The verifikat posted standalone, the bank transaction stayed unbooked, and matched_transaction_id was overwritten with null: the match somebody had already made, undone, while the rail said Bokförd over all of it. Fixed in three places because one was not enough. JournalEntryForm takes an extraBody passthrough, the dialog sends transaction_id through it, and the route now falls back to the item's existing match rather than null, so a caller that merely forgets the field cannot undo work. Removing that fallback fails the new test. The hunt banner said "kopplades till ett köp" about pending_operations rows. The hunt stages proposals for approval and books nothing, so the number was real and the word was wrong: a user would read it, believe three purchases were done, and leave. It now says how many förslag await granskning, and links there. Booking also left the rail in its pre-booking state, still offering to post, so the same underlag could be submitted twice. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): no marker on a healthy state, no false empty state, no dropped files Three from review. The sources chip painted a sage dot whenever every mailbox was fine. Convention 12 rules semantic colour out of chrome, and convention 5 rules out a marker on a normal state: a chip every company sees always is a chip that says nothing. What is left is the exception, which is worth an ochre word and an icon. The pre-existing sage on matched rows is untouched; it is not this branch's to change. The empty state asserted "Varje köp har sitt underlag" while the trigger directly above it still showed the unsearched count. Type a term under Att göra, switch to Saknar underlag, and the page told you every purchase was covered while the button beside it read 50. It now says what is true: no matches for that term. A drop of several files onto a selected purchase kept the first and discarded the rest in silence, so a receipt scanned as two images left the purchase looking resolved with half its paperwork gone. They cannot all be one purchase's underlag, so the extras are filed in the inbox and the toast says how many. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): the hunt banner now says a press is not the last word A press fetches a bounded number of receipts, so an empty result usually means not yet rather than nothing there. The banner said 'Inget matchade något köp' and stopped, which reads as final and sends people away from a mailbox that still holds their receipts. It now says how many purchases are left to search for, and to press again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): a count not a score, an honest failure, full-opacity borders '5 av 12' read as a bad extraction even when a kvitto had given up everything a kvitto has: half those twelve fields only exist on an invoice, so the denominator was measuring the document kind rather than the reading of it. It now says how many fields are filled, and says nothing when none are. The failure banner told people their mailbox had not answered even when the failure was ours, sending them to check a healthy Gmail. It now reads searchFailures and only blames the mailbox when a mailbox actually refused. Opacity-suffixed borders on the sources panel, which design.md forbids on surfaces: the border token is calibrated for full opacity. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(inbox): translate the new strings, and name the mailbox that fetched a receipt Both of these were deferred with reasons, and one of the reasons was wrong. 57 keys in inbox_workspace, in both locales, covering every string this branch added. The component already had 27 t() calls, so hardcoding beside them was an inconsistency rather than a convention. The message-keys guard caught an invented journal_form.no_document on the way, which is what it is for. The provider mark claimed nothing recorded which mailbox fetched a document. It does: lib/receipt-hunt/ingest.ts writes mail_provider and mail_mailbox into channel_context on every ingest, and GET /items already selects that column. A hunted receipt now carries the mark of the mailbox it came from; forwarded mail has no connection behind it and keeps the envelope, which is the honest distinction rather than a guess. InboxChannelContext was WhatsApp-shaped and is now a union over the two intakes that write it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent-context): keep the clarification channel narrow Widening InboxChannelContext.channel to cover the mail hunt broke this: only WhatsApp asks a human anything, so only WhatsApp produces clarifications. The mail hunt writes the same column with its own shape and never carries answers, so the provenance field stays 'whatsapp' rather than following the union. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): book the transaction we preserved, and date the verifikat by the event Three from PR review, two of them real. Preserving matched_transaction_id without booking it was the worse half of the bug it fixed. The transaction update was still guarded on the caller having sent transaction_id, so an omitted field left the item looking resolved while its bank line stayed open forever. Both the update and the item now use the same resolved id: the one the caller named, or the one the item was already matched to. Reverting the guard fails a test. The verifikat date fell back to today when there was no proposal, which is exactly the unknown-supplier case the dialog exists for. BFL 5 kap 6-7 § asks for datum för affärshändelsen; the day somebody opened a dialog is nobody's business event. It now falls back to the document's own date first, and only then to today. An en dash had crept in as a placeholder glyph, which the repo bans. fix(invoices): ROT/RUT credit notes; verifikat amount sort, HTML underlag, source chip (#1523)
* feat(invoice-inbox): store HTML mails as underlag, expandable field editor Body-only mails and .html attachments (including forwarded .eml bodies) no longer dead-end as "Fel vid bearbetning": the mail body is wrapped into a self-contained text/html document, stored through the normal upload/extract pipeline, and extracted via a new HTML-to-text Bedrock path, so the mail itself can serve as bookable underlag. Empty mails keep the error row, unsupported types are still rejected, and webhook retries dedupe on resend_email_id. Mail HTML is attacker-controlled, so rendering is fully sandboxed: iframe sandbox in the workspace preview and a CSP sandbox header on /api/documents/:id/inline for text/html. The type is accepted only from the email pipeline (EMAIL_ALLOWED_MIME_TYPES), never from manual upload. The "Extraherade falt" rail gains an expand button opening a centered dialog with the same autosaving field editor at a readable size (two columns), which also gives every failed or skipped extraction a manual fallback. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): sortable verifikat list headers with amount sort - clickable sort toggles on the verifikat list headers (asc -> desc -> default) - total_amount computed column + sort_by total/description on the list route - failed list loads render an error card with retry, never the empty-ledger state Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): decode bank CSV as Windows-1252 fallback in column mapping The client read the uploaded file with file.text(), which is UTF-8-only, so Windows-1252 exports (e.g. Handelsbanken) rendered and re-parsed with U+FFFD in place of Swedish characters. Decode from bytes with the shared decodeFileContent() helper, matching what the server parse route does. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): stackable sort keys on verifikat list headers - shift-click adds a column as secondary/tertiary sort key (max 3), plain click keeps the single-key tri-state cycle - sort_by accepts a comma-separated priority list; single tokens stay valid - voucher tiebreak follows the last key's direction (#972 parity) - priority numbers on stacked headers; hint text in the filter dialog Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): keep ROT/RUT deduction fields positive on credit notes Crediting an invoice with a ROT/RUT deduction failed 100% of the time: the credit-note path negated deduction_total (and per-item deduction_amount) like the other amounts, but both columns carry CHECK (>= 0), so Postgres rejected the insert and the user only saw 'Kunde inte skapa kreditfaktura'. Store the deduction fields as positive magnitudes, matching the convention everywhere else. The stored sign is inert on credit notes: the reversing verifikat recomputes the ROT/RUT split from the items, and the PDF and amount-to-pay logic skip deductions on credit notes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(transactions): share the source chip across inbox and history modes Move SourceFilter to transaction-types.ts (widened with 'bank:other' and 'acct:<id>'), render the one toolbar ContextPicker in both view modes, and drop the narrower duplicate chip inside TransactionHistoryList. The history list now applies the acct:/bank:other narrowing itself and hides skattekonto rows under any bank-side selection. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(deps): bump js-yaml to 4.3.1 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(schema): recognize PostgREST computed columns in the migration parser The verifikat amount sort orders by total_amount, a PostgREST computed column (a function on the journal_entries row type, migration 20260811100000). The schema guard only modeled real columns, so no-phantom-columns flagged the order as a phantom. Teach the parser that a function whose only argument is a table's row type joins that table's column set, with DROP FUNCTION retraction when the signature names the row type. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: resolve PR #1523 review findings - journal-entries route: append the globally unique id tiebreak to every direct-query sort; voucher series+number repeat across fiscal years, so the all-years scope could duplicate or drop rows at page boundaries. Existing order assertions updated, new all-years tiebreak test. - documents inline route: CSP source policy on HTML previews; sandbox alone still loads remote resources, letting a tracking pixel notify the sender on open. New route test asserts the full header. - JournalEntryList: catch rejected list requests so loading cannot stick forever, and gate every post-await state write behind a request generation so a slow earlier request cannot overwrite the current sort. - TransactionHistoryList: pagination follows the selected source scope (reachable with zero matches on the current page, hidden for the skattekonto scope it cannot affect). - transactions page: bank:other picker availability derives from history rows too, not only the pending inbox dataset. - DECISIONS.md: mark the superseded single-sort decision; record the credit-note deduction positive-magnitude invariant and its verified reader inventory (Swedish review flag). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: guard metadata refetches behind the list request generation fetchAttachmentCounts and fetchRattelseFlags write state after their own awaits; a stale list request's late completion could overwrite attachment counts and rattelse flags for rows a newer request just rendered, showing false missing-underlag warnings. Both helpers now take the caller's generation guard and discard stale completions, including the attachment-counts loaded flag. refactor(ui): migrate remaining inline pages to the concept design language (#1470)
* refactor(ui): migrate remaining inline pages to the concept design language Catch-up pass for surfaces the 2026-07 UI migration missed: - Bankavstämning: de-boxed toolbar, dry-table sections (preview, omatchade verifikationer, ignorerade, matchade), instructional copy moved behind the page "?" (HelpPopover via FocusedReport, sv+en), AttnLine for the dirty- dates hint, EmptyState for the blank page, space-y-8 rhythm. - Report detail views (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, resultat-/balansrapport, reskontror, huvudbok, grundbok, dimension-P&L): shared Skeleton/Error/EmptyState shells, border-2 totals bands flattened to hairline cards with font-display tabular-nums headline numbers, ReportSectionTable rebuilt on the group-band idiom, font-mono money -> tabular-nums, house tablist for Förenklad/Detaljerad, GL filter de-boxed onto Input primitives, verdicts follow chips-mark-exceptions. - Extensions browse: PageHeader, locked section headers, rounded-lg secondary icon tiles, flat hover shift on cards, p-6 content. - Återkommande fakturor: page-level list moved off ui/table onto dry-table with hover-revealed quiet row actions; Skeleton loading. - Help: EmptyState for no search hits, flat hover shift on resource links. - Chart of accounts: spinner loading blocks -> Skeleton rows. - Kunskap graph + salary calendar popovers: rounded-lg, Input/Textarea primitives instead of hand-rolled shadow-sm controls. No logic, endpoint, or data changes. Verified via sandbox screenshots; lint 0 errors, 13214 tests green. feat(ux): Bucket A defaults pass: remove choices the system already knows the answer to (#1443)
* feat(booking): batch VAT seeds from category default, period derives from entry date BatchCategorySelector and BulkBookInboxDialog hardcoded standard_25 as the initial VAT treatment, overriding the server's per-category derivation and claiming 25% moms on VAT-exempt bank fees. Both now default to an explicit 'Enligt kategori' option that omits vat_treatment so the server derives it (exempt bank/card fees, 12% representation). Reverse charge is never derived. The embedded JournalEntryForm period Select is replaced by the same derived read-only text the standalone variant already uses: the period is a total function of the entry date, and the Select allowed picking a period that disagreed with it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(booking): prefill cost account from counterparty history; period text in Bokfor direkt BookDirectlyDialog and the supplier-invoice form left the cost account deliberately blank even when the company's own confirmed history for the counterparty (categorization_templates) or supplier.default_expense_account knew the answer. Both now prefill from a counterparty-template hit (new ?counterparty= single-match mode on the settings route, same tiered matcher as the booking flows), only into still-empty fields, only from expense-shaped templates, with a provenance line. No generic fallback: a miss leaves the field blank exactly as before. Bokfor direkt's period Select is replaced by text derived from the entry date; the silent periods[0] fallback becomes a blocking explanation, since borrowing an arbitrary period could book into the wrong one. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(ux): single-company login skips the picker; filing surfaces default to filable periods /select-company auto-forwards when the user is a member of exactly one company with nothing else to decide (no new TIC engagements, no pending invite, enrichment fresh); the in-app 'Lagg till foretag' links pass ?choose=1 to keep the picker deliberately reachable. Byra/multi-company users are untouched. The VAT declaration now opens on the most recently ENDED month/quarter (lib/vat/period-defaults, tested) instead of the current one, which can never be filed and forced a step-back click on every filing visit; the periodicity switch resets the same way. Helarsmoms FyPicker gains preferLatestEnded and opens on the latest ended rakenskapsar instead of the newest started one. The 'momsperiod saknas' dead end now collects the answer inline through the same PUT /api/settings validation instead of bouncing to settings: until the period exists the deadline engine generates zero VAT deadlines, silently, so every extra hop kept a compliance hole open. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(granskning): approve pill commits directly for low and medium risk The Godkann pill on /pending only opened a ConfirmationDialog demanding a second Godkann, regardless of tier. The review row already states source, title and risk and offers Detaljer, so for low/medium the pill now commits directly; high risk keeps the dialog, whose warning sentence carries information the row does not. Chat-side bulk approve is deferred: it needs ApprovalCard's state lifted (assistant-redesign seam 8.8), see DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): map inline momsperiod save errors through getErrorMessage Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): repair the dead login auto-forward and nine review findings The big one: setActiveCompany ends with a cookie write that throws during Server Component render (sealed cookie store), so the /select-company auto-forward silently never fired; the write is now best-effort since the cookie is write-only compat and the DB write is already verified. Also: supplier-switch un-plants history-prefilled accounts so the new supplier's own default applies; prefill routes through handleAccountChange so konto default moms rides along; batch 'Ingen moms' books exempt instead of the derived 25%; monthly VAT default tracks the actual 12th/17th filing deadline (over-40M stays M-1); inline momsperiod setup uses EmptyState, gates on vat_number (the PUT would 400 without it), keeps keyboard focus and announces errors; cost-account shape guard tightened to P&L accounts; attn tone on the new warning lines. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: retrigger workflows; the Actions outage swallowed the rebase push event Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: retrigger after outage (events dropped, not delayed) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: retrigger after GitHub Actions recovery Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address CodeRabbit and compliance-bot findings Direct commit now prunes the op from the bulk selection (a stale id kept inflating the bulk bar and rode into bulk-commit) and the detail-panel Godkann gets the same risk gate as the row pill. The automatic account fill in the supplier-invoice form is requested, not applied inline: the applying effect waits for both the BAS chart and the request with fresh closures, so a fill can no longer land before the chart and leave a VAT-free konto on the 25% row default. Test dates use local-time constructors (ISO strings parse as UTC midnight and shift a day in negative-offset timezones). Stale ML 11 kap citation dropped from a comment. fix(bokslut): remove uppskjuten skatt on obeskattade reserver in juridisk person (K3 29.37) (#1421)
* fix(bokslut): remove uppskjuten skatt on obeskattade reserver in juridisk person (K3 29.37) and confirm K3 to K2 reversion In juridisk person K3 29.37 keeps obeskattade reserver at gross; the 79.4/20.6 split belongs to koncernredovisning. The old disposition double-counted the tax portion (result charged twice, 2240 overstated on top of gross 21xx). Removes the proposal step, POST kind, UI case, K2-to-K3 account seeding and the interim framework gate; keeps LATENT_TAX_DEFAULT_RATE for analytical soliditet presentation. Also adds the K3-to-K2 consequence confirmation dialog in settings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(decisions): scope the batch log to shipped code and record the 29.37 election nuance Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): stop promising deferred-tax accounting the engine no longer does The framework help text and the K2-to-K3 confirmation both told the user that switching to K3 means uppskjuten skatt is recognised separately on 2240/8940 with a 79.4/20.6 split. This PR removes exactly that behaviour, so the copy would have promised something the product does not do, which is the defect class this batch exists to remove. Both now describe what actually happens: kassaflodesanalys, komponentavskrivning and a wider note set, with obeskattade reserver carried gross per K3 29.37. fix(assets): block Ej K2 accounts for K2 companies and fix immaterial defaults (#1422)
* fix(assets): block Ej K2 accounts for K2 companies and fix immaterial defaults K2 companies (BFNAR 2016:10 punkt 10.4) may not capitalize internally developed intangibles, but the asset register defaulted the immaterial category onto 1010/1019 (Utvecklingsutgifter) for everyone and had no framework gate beyond K3_REQUIRED_FOR_COMPONENTS. - New K2_EXCLUDED_ACCOUNT gate (422) in POST /api/assets and PATCH /api/assets/[id]: when accounting_framework is not k3, reject any asset whose resolved asset or accumulated account is flagged k2_excluded in the BAS reference. Resolution mirrors the service defaults so category defaults cannot sneak onto 1010/1019; patches that leave category and accounts untouched skip the gate so legacy assets stay editable. - Shared guard helper in lib/bokslut/assets/k2-account-guard.ts; code registered in structured-errors.ts with Swedish and English messages. - CreateAssetDialog: non K3 companies now book immaterial assets on the purchased pair 1090/1099 with a quiet hint that egenupparbetad utveckling requires K3; K3 companies picking immaterial see a note about fond for utvecklingsutgifter (2089) per ARL 4 kap. 2 par. - Route tests: K2 rejected on 1010 defaults and explicit overrides, K2 accepted on purchased accounts, K3 accepted on 1010, PATCH equivalents and a gate skip regression test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(assets): cite punkt 10.4 only when the intangible group triggered the K2 gate The K2 gate fires on ANY account the BAS chart flags k2_excluded, but the rejection hardcoded an egenupparbetade immateriella / BFNAR 2016:10 punkt 10.4 citation. The flag also covers accounts excluded from K2 for unrelated reasons (1370/2240/8940 uppskjuten skatt, 1518, 2089, 2092, 2096, 2448, 3940, 7940, 8290 to 8480), so those users got a factually wrong legal citation in a compliance product. PATCH can reach them today: UpdateAssetSchema has no BAS range refinement, so an explicit bas_asset_account override outside the category range hits the gate before updateAsset() raises its range error. - k2ExcludedAccountMessages() now picks the wording from what actually triggered the gate. The boundary is derived from the chart itself (k2_excluded + account_class 1 + kontogrupp 10), which is exactly the egenupparbetade set 1010, 1011, 1012, 1018, 1019, 1081; no magic list, so a flag change in bas-data moves the boundary with it. Other Ej K2 accounts get a generic message: the chart marks it Ej K2 and it requires K3, with no invented paragraph reference. - Both messages are bilingual (message_sv / message_en, registry shape) and the routes now return message_en alongside message. - The static K2_EXCLUDED_ACCOUNT registry entry drops the intangible citation too: it is the code level fallback for every k2_excluded account. - Tests: route level distinction pinned in id.test.ts (1010/1081 cite 10.4, 1370 must not), plus a guard unit test asserting the derived group and that no non group 10 Ej K2 account ever cites 10.4. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(assets): let K2 companies register acquired intangibles, server side The K2 gate blocked a lawful case. K2 forbids only EGENUPPARBETADE immateriella tillgangar; acquired ones may be recognized (k2-vs-k3.md:24, "Only acquired intangibles may be recognized"). But asset-service still resolved category 'immaterial' to 1010/1019 for everyone, and only CreateAssetDialog compensated with an explicit 1090/1099 override. EditAssetDialog sends just the changed fields and has no account inputs, so a K2 aktiebolag recategorizing a bought licence to "Immateriell tillgang" hit the defaults, got a 422, and was told to switch the company to K3, which would pull in komponentavskrivning and uppskjuten skatt and rewrite the whole arsredovisning. The asset stayed on 1220/1229 and kept being presented as a tangible asset. - defaultAccountsForCategory(category, framework) is the single resolution point: immaterial resolves to the acquired pair 1090/1099 unless the framework is k3, every other category is unchanged. Both createAsset() and updateAsset()'s category realign go through resolveDefaultAccounts(), which reads companies.accounting_framework only for the intangible category and throws rather than guessing when that read fails. Explicit overrides and the realign-skip semantics are untouched. - Both routes resolve gate accounts through the same function, so the check mirrors what the service will persist. A K2 company on the defaults now passes; a deliberate override onto 1010/1011/1012/1018/1019/1081 still 422s. - CreateAssetDialog drops its now redundant client override so the two surfaces cannot drift; the hint text stays. - The 422 no longer asserts the company's framework (the companies read behind it discards its error, so a transient failure would assert it against a K3 company) and no longer proposes a regelverk change. It states that the account is reserved for egenupparbetade utvecklingsutgifter, which require K3, and points at 1090 for an acquired intangible. Punkt 10.4 stays scoped to the kontogrupp 10 group, derived from the chart as before. sv and en. fix(year-end): typed preflight blocker codes so remediation links render (#1420)
* fix(year-end): typed preflight blocker codes so remediation links render validateYearEndReadiness emits Swedish blocker strings but the wizard's BlockerRow matched English phrases, so no remediation link ever rendered, and the voucher-gap branch pointed at /bookkeeping/voucher-gaps which only exists as an API route. Blockers now carry stable machine codes end to end (YearEndBlockerCode on YearEndValidation.blockers, mirrored additively as blockerItems on BokslutReadinessReport); errors stays the plain string mirror so the v1 compliance check and MCP tool keep their exact shapes. BlockerRow matches on code and links only to pages that exist; the voucher-gap and dead-link branches are removed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(year-end): code the unbooked-transaction blockers #1414 added #1414 landed two new blockers in validateYearEndReadiness using the old errors.push style, which this branch had already renamed to a typed blockers array. Merging main left them referencing a variable that no longer exists. Converted both to the typed scheme: UNBOOKED_TRANSACTIONS (the safety guard that stops executeYearEndClosing from aborting at the step 7 lock AFTER the closing entry posted at step 4) and UNBOOKED_CHECK_FAILED (the fail-closed variant). Neither behaviour changes; both keep their Swedish wording verbatim. The MCP year_end_readiness classifier now routes on the stable YearEndBlockerCode instead of regexing the Swedish message, with the wording heuristic kept as a fallback for an unmapped or legacy English message. The public `kind` values are unchanged, so MCP consumers see the same output; both new codes map to 'unbooked_transactions' as before, since an agent reacts to "we could not tell" the same way it reacts to a real count. UNBOOKED_TRANSACTIONS gets a /transactions remediation link in the preflight step: that page is where a transaction is booked or marked private, the two remedies the message names. UNBOOKED_CHECK_FAILED gets none: the remedy is to re-run the check. --------- Co-authored-by: Jakob Wennberg <311770904+jakobwennberg-oss@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(bokslut): IL 18 kap pooled tax depreciation with method election (#1393)
* feat(bokslut): IL 18 kap pooled tax depreciation with method election Rakenskapsenlig (huvudregel 30 / kompletteringsregel 20) and restvarde 25 as a company-level annual pool separate from per-asset book depreciation. Method election persisted with immutable snapshots and book-conformity confirmation for rakenskapsenlig. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(db): move tax depreciation migrations to coordinated versions Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): keep tax depreciation view loadable when a saved election goes stale A predecessor's changed closing value can push a saved elected deduction above the new statutory maximum; the view now falls back to the statutory recomputation so the snapshot is flagged stale instead of crashing. Ratchet naive-ore-round baseline down by 3. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): resolve tax-depreciation period selects statically The no-phantom-columns guard counts every select it cannot resolve toward a hard ceiling, and the PERIOD_COLUMNS join pushed the repo 4 over (364 > 360). Inline the literal column list at the four call sites so the guard verifies these columns instead of skipping them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): address review findings on tax depreciation election - DepreciationPanel: gate the saving flag on a dedicated save sequence so a successful save (which refreshes the view and bumps the request version) no longer leaves the card permanently busy - computeTaxDepreciation: refuse kompletteringsregel_20 with a positive basis and no acquisition cohorts instead of degenerating to a full write-off the cohort evidence does not support (IL 18 kap. 17 §) - migration 227000: judge the asset-method guards on NEW.disposed_at so reversing a disposal cannot reactivate a grandfathered non-linear row - migration 227200: require snapshot column completeness in the CHECK; SQL NULL semantics let partially populated snapshots pass the pure arithmetic comparisons - depreciation route: use the string issue code 'custom' like the rest of the codebase instead of the Zod 3 compat enum Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(bokslut): calculate and book overavskrivningar (2150/8850) (#1379)
Add an automatic excess-depreciation calculator for machinery and equipment under IL 18 kap: 30-rule and 20-rule residuals (fiscal-period aware for short and long years), ledger vs asset-register reconciliation, fail-closed blocking states, and a signed proposal that books via the dispositions flow (8853/2153). Releases of an over-target reserve are mandatory and not overridable; increases are optional and capped server-side. Fixes #323 Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(skattekonto): look-alike beslut rows, the list-to-voucher round trip, makulerad rendering, huvudbok discoverability (#1297)
Four fixes from the exit mail Anders Orback (Center Node AB) sent hours after churning. His five points were mostly one job: reconciling skattekontot against banken before årsredovisningen. Skattekonto look-alike rows. Skatteverket splits a retroactive omprövningsbeslut across every month it re-charges and sends one transaction per month, sharing date, text and amount; only ranteberakningsdatum separates them, and we stored it but rendered it nowhere. A real company posted 15 such vouchers (67 785 kr across Feb 2025-Apr 2026) unable to tell them from duplicates of the automatic hämtning. Surface the field when it carries information: its month differs from the Datum column, or another row in the same band is otherwise indistinguishable. The list-to-voucher round trip. The verifikat list collapsed to a skeleton on every refetch and sprang back, moving rows under the pointer; only the first load shows a skeleton now. Filter state is React-only, so leaving the list loses it: add a hover-revealed open-in-new-tab affordance on the voucher list and the skattekonto page, where the link had been behind a hand-rolled opacity-0 that coarse pointers never trigger. Makulerad rendering. A stornoed verifikat now reads as struck out, per data cell rather than on the row, because text-decoration propagates and a child cannot opt out. Vouchers-per-account discoverability. /reports/huvudbok?account=1930 already existed; the palette matcher requires every token and the entry never contained the word "verifikat". Add ReportDescriptor.searchTerms plus a report-library search box. Also fixes a false "Saknar underlag" compliance chip that flashed before attachment counts resolved, and a keyboard-access regression where HOVER_REVEAL_CLASS carried focus-visible only, hiding controls inside a non-focusable wrapper from keyboard users. No migration. No write paths, storno paths or posted entries touched. Follow-ups filed: #1300 #1301 #1302 #1303 #1304 #1305 #1306 #1307 #1308. Open decision: #1305 (Omförd vs Makulerad). Fix/bank sync bas (#1284)
* fix(year-end): stop revaluing FX items that were not on the balance sheet The year-end close ran currency revaluation as an unconditional step before the irreversible close, and the revaluation queried LIVE open invoices with no date scoping. An invoice issued after balansdagen, settled before it, or never booked at all was therefore revalued into the year being closed, writing down a 1510/2440 that stood at zero. Because the entry lands inside the same run that closes the period, the only remedy left was a rattelse in the following year. The population is now measured as of balansdagen, reusing the reconstruction the reskontra reports already use (fetchPaymentsAsOf / outstandingAsOf): the invoice_date ceiling is unconditional (post-dated invoices make the bug reachable for a current period too) and the widening to 'paid' applies only to a historical date, where a since-settled invoice was still open then. Rows that carry no balance-sheet exposure are skipped per row rather than per company: an unbooked registration is not on 1510/2440. Deliberately NOT keyed on accounting_method, since BFL 5 kap 2 § 3 st requires kontantmetoden companies to book their outstanding fordringar/skulder at balansdagen, and those converted rows are genuine exposure that ARL 4 kap. 13 § must value. The readiness warning stays ungated on purpose: an unbooked FX row is exactly what deserves a warning, because /book still posts it into the year about to close and lockPeriod/closePeriod then removes that remedy for good. The wizard preview now lists the per-invoice revaluation rows it will post instead of three aggregate numbers, so the user approves line-level content before the close. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): reach accounts outside BAS 2026 from a verifikat rattelse A user could not move a verifikat line to konto 8022: the picker reported no such account and offered no way forward. 8022 was dropped from BAS 2026 (it is in BAS 2018), so it is a legitimate company-specific underkonto rather than a catalog gap. Verified against the official bas.se kontoplan that our BAS reference already matches BAS 2026, so 8022 is deliberately NOT added to it: seeding a retired account would push it onto every company. StrikeLinesDialog and CorrectionEntryDialog were the only account pickers in the app that never passed onCreateAccount, so their combobox rendered a dead empty state. Both now open AddAccountDialog prefilled, then refetch the chart and select the new account on the initiating line, leaving the half-finished rattelse intact. AccountCombobox closed its dropdown on the fourth digit of any committed number, which hid the empty state before it was ever painted and made the create affordance unreachable for exactly the numbers that need it. It now closes only when the number matches something, so focus still advances to the belopp field for real accounts. No change to posting rules: correct_entry_lines_inline validates chart membership, not BAS membership, and account creation already required the same write role. refactor(motion): retime content entry, stop the double and one-frame animations (#1282)
The stagger is the standard content entry on every migrated page (convention 11), so its budget matters more than any single surface. It ran 500ms per item in 80ms steps, putting the 10th row at 1220ms against a 300ms UI budget, and it only defined delays for children 1-10: on any list longer than ten rows, children 11+ inherited delay 0 and arrived BEFORE the middle of the list. Now 300ms per item in 40ms steps with the delay capped at 360ms, so the tail lands at ~660ms instead of ~1220ms. The cap is on the delay, never on the animation: the `both` fill holds a child at opacity 0 until its delay elapses, so excluding rows 11+ from the animation would paint them while rows 1-10 were still invisible. Adds --ease-emphasized (the strong ease-out) rather than retiming --ease-out, which is unlayered in :root and therefore shadows Tailwind's own token: changing it would retime every ease-out utility in the app. Foldout rows in JournalEntryList, periodiseringar and TransactionInboxCard sit directly inside a staggered tbody, so expanding a verifikat fired the inherited slideUp (with an invisible pre-roll of up to 320ms) on top of the foldout's own transition. They opt out via data-no-stagger. Also: the confirmed match on Hem faded at full height and then vanished in one frame, jumping everything below it 52px; it now grid-collapses over 200ms with the gap inside the collapsing area. The assistant sheet slid nothing while the page panel animated 300ms to make room for it; it now arrives along the same edge on the same curve, gated to first mount so re-expanding a collapsed session stays instant. Chat history no longer replays 20 simultaneous 500ms page-entry slides on resume: only genuinely new messages animate. Payroll wizard segments transition their colour. Fix/07 27 (#1271)
* fix(enable-banking): keep bank account mappings across reconnects and surface dead sessions A PSD2 reconnect silently moved the user's ledger mapping. Account identity came from the provider's account uid, which does not survive a re-authorization at every ASPSP, and a fresh connect to an already-connected bank mints a new bank_connections row regardless. Both paths looked like "an account we have never seen", so the allocator handed out the next free 19xx slot and a 1930/1940/1941 mapping came back as 1942-1946 on every consent renewal, roughly quarterly per connection. Match on the IBAN instead. resolvePsd2LedgerAccount() finds the existing cash_accounts row by normalized IBAN before allocating, and upsertFromPsd2 promotes that row in place rather than inserting a second one, so it keeps its id and its linked transactions and is re-pointed at the connection that just authorized. The previous holder's connection status is deliberately ignored: one IBAN is one physical account, and the old row often still reads 'active' because the bank killed the session without telling us. The allocator also stopped treating a 19xx number as free just because no cash_accounts row holds it. A chart imported from SIE carries the company's real bank accounts by name with no PSD2 row behind them, which is how a SEK company account got proposed as an unrelated brokerage account. Overflow now skips chart-occupied numbers, falling back only when nothing unnamed is left. Dead connections kept rendering as "Aktiv": status only ever changed when a transaction fetch failed, so a session killed bank-side stayed healthy-looking with a stale last_synced_at while the user read old balances as current. Add probeSessionHealth() and run it in the daily cron over every connection that run did not prove alive, including the ones the loop skips silently (capability gate, all accounts deselected) and the ones parked in pending_selection that the cron never looked at. It acts only on a definite dead answer; anything ambiguous leaves the row alone, since a wrong flip costs a full BankID re-authorization. The all-accounts-deselected branch is reclassified 'synced' to 'skipped' for the same reason: it never contacts the bank, so it must not count as proof of life. The settings row warns when an active connection has not synced in three days or has never synced. Which company a connection belongs to was invisible. Everything was already scoped to ctx.companyId, so there was no cross-tenant leak, but a bank authorized while the wrong company was active looked identical to the right one. Name the company on the connect surface and in the account picker, and say where the connection went when the callback lands under a different active company. Warn (bypassably) before authorizing a bank where the same user already holds live connections in other companies: several ASPSPs allow one active AIS session per login, so the new authorization can kill the others. The history start date already defaulted to the fiscal-year start; the card above it recommended a mid-year date and contradicted the selected option. It now states the fact and offers the shortcut without presenting it as advice. Not addressed: sharing one PSD2 session across companies. company_id is the tenancy anchor on bank_connections and cash_accounts hangs off (company_id, bank_connection_id), so that needs the session to become its own entity. See DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): show the posted line description in the voucher preview The "Verifikation som bokförs" preview built its expense debit lines with description set to the raw account number, so the BESKRIVNING column showed "5615" or "6990" where the posted verifikat actually says "Leverantörsfaktura 123, ACME AB". A hardcoded 11-entry ACCOUNT_LABELS map masked this for 2440/2641/26xx, which is why the column read as a mix of friendly labels and bare account numbers, neither of which was the posted text. The preview now renders exactly the line_description the engine writes: the shared invoice-level text on expense lines and 2440, "Ingående moms {rate}% {desc}" on 2641, and the reverse-charge pair taken straight from generateReverseChargeLines instead of being re-derived locally. buildSupplierDescription moves into its own dependency-free module so the client-side preview can call it without pulling the journal engine (and its Supabase server client) into the browser bundle. The account name stays reachable on the AccountNumber hover card. Picked option A from the issue, keeping the fixed invoice-level description rather than propagating each item's own text: the customer-invoice side already writes invoice-level descriptions, so per-item text would create an inconsistency between the two invoice sides rather than remove one, and it would need an aggregation-collision policy in the journal engine. Rationale recorded in DECISIONS.md. Refs #1258 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): restore the copy icon on verifikat rows The row-language rewrite in #1123 reused the copy icon's slot for the new expand toggle, removing the zero-click copy affordance from the bookkeeping list without mentioning it. The leftover orphaned copy_voucher_tooltip key in both message files is what identifies it as collateral rather than a product decision. Restore a copy icon in the row's right-edge action cell, reusing that key for aria-label and title. stopPropagation keeps the click off the row's expand toggle. The icon is hover-revealed on md+ and always visible below it: #1123 collapsed the desktop table and the mobile card into one responsive table, so hover-only would leave touch users with nothing. Copy is no longer gated on posted. The copy_from handler and the GET journal-entries route never looked at status, so copying a draft already worked end-to-end and only the detail-page button hid it; the two list surfaces were already ungated. Both list affordances now respect canWrite, which previously dropped read-only users into a dialog they could not submit. The repo does not render components in tests, which is why #1123 removed this silently. Pin the source shape instead, the same way the copy-invoice query is pinned. Closes #1266 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): revalidate stale invoice match pointers before offering a match potential_invoice_id / potential_supplier_invoice_id are written once, at bank import, and never revisited. When one of several identical recurring invoices was settled by a different transaction, every other transaction kept pointing at the now fully paid invoice. The match dialog then measured the bank amount against a 0 kr remaining balance and reported a "Beloppen skiljer sig ... fakturan blir delbetald" partial payment, and the worklist offered the same dead suggestion as a one-click confirm row. Worse, the manual escape hatch was hidden exactly when it was needed: TransactionInboxCard only shows "Matcha mot leverantörsfaktura" when no suggestion exists, so a stale pointer left the user with no way at all to reach the correct invoice. Fixed by revalidating at read time rather than by clearing sibling pointers on settle. Invoices are settled through many paths (both match routes, mark-paid, MCP, bank reconciliation, SIE import), so write-time cleanup leaks the moment one is missed, while the candidate lookup covers every route into the list. The shared accept-lists in lib/invoices/matchable-statuses.ts mirror the CAS guards the match routes already enforce. - listSuggestedMatches and the transactions page candidate fetch filter on status + remaining_amount, so a settled candidate yields no suggestion and the manual picker reappears on its own. - InvoiceMatchDialog blocks a settled target with a distinct message and a disabled confirm. Not advisory: both routes reject it outright with MATCH_INVOICE_ALREADY_PAID / MATCH_SI_ALREADY_PAID, so no override could succeed. - The supplier detail card now shows remaining_amount like the customer branch, instead of total. On a partially paid invoice it used to print "1 250 kr" directly beside "Differens: 1 250 kr". - match-supplier-invoice clears potential_supplier_invoice_id on the transaction it just matched, mirroring the customer route. No bookkeeping was ever at risk: both routes already refused a settled target before creating a voucher. The damage was confined to a misleading dialog and a dead end. createQueuedMockSupabase gains passive call recording (calls / findCall / findCalls) because the proxy swallowed filter and update arguments, which made the new assertions inexpressible. Refs #1259, #1260 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick (#1256) * feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick The webhook dispatcher ran only on a per-minute cron, so the floor on delivery latency was up to 60 seconds plus the request. An external consumer that wanted to react as a transaction landed had only one alternative: polling /api/events, which the 100 rpm per-key limit makes expensive and which still cannot beat the tick interval. Schedules one dispatch cycle as soon as deliveries are enqueued. The cron is unchanged and remains the retry and sweep path; this only moves the first attempt forward. Wired into the event-bus fanout plus the two routes that enqueue a delivery directly: the :test verb, whose entire purpose is telling someone whether their receiver works, and the manual delivery retry. Three properties are load-bearing and covered by tests. The kick is never awaited, because eventBus.emit is awaited at ~99 call sites including journal_entry.committed and each delivery can burn a 10 s receiver timeout. It coalesces per function instance, so a bulk booking that emits once per row does not schedule one claim round trip per row. It claims 5 rows rather than the cron's 50, because it runs on the tail of a user-facing request. Double delivery is not a risk: claim_due_webhook_deliveries already claims FOR UPDATE SKIP LOCKED and flips rows to in_flight in the same statement, so a kick racing the cron sees disjoint rows. Does not close #1201, which asks for a realtime stream for API consumers. This is the cheap half. Refs #1201 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(webhooks): stop claiming the kick makes double delivery impossible Adversarial review of the previous commit caught an overstatement in its own comments. SKIP LOCKED keeps a kick and the cron from claiming the same row at the same moment, but claim_due_webhook_deliveries autocommits before any POST is issued, so from then on ownership is only status='in_flight' and a later cycle's recoverStuckInFlight sweep can re-arm a row still queued behind an earlier cycle's serial loop. Delivery is at-least-once, which is what the public docs already tell receivers ("the same delivery id may arrive more than once ... idempotency is on you"). The comments contradicted that. No behaviour change. The kick does not create this window: the cron claims 50 rows serially against the same 20 s stuck threshold, which is wider than what a batch of 5 can open. Refs #1201 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base (#1253) * fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base sumPostedYearEndDispositions reconstructs resultat fore skatt for the tax calculation, because generateIncomeStatement excludes every source_type='year_end' entry. It summed class 88 and 7533 but not 78xx, so planenlig avskrivning posted by the bokslut flow (lib/bokslut/assets/depreciation-engine.ts) was dropped from the income statement and never added back. The bolagsskatt base and the periodiseringsfond 25 % cap were therefore computed on an overstated result: tax too high by roughly 20.6 % of the depreciation. Also exclude the period's final bokslutsverifikation from the fetch. It carries source_type='year_end' as well and reverses every P&L account, 78xx/88xx/7533 included (verified against production closing entries), so once the year is closed it would cancel the add-back this function exists to produce. That hazard already applied to 88xx and 7533; the fix closes it for all three rather than widening it. Scope is deliberately the tax base only. Making the standalone resultatrakning show bokslut entries is a separate, larger change: the same exclusion is duplicated in the kpi_report_aggregates RPC, it moves displayed profit for every company that ran the bokslut flow, and it means removing the add-back at four call sites. Refs #1051 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): scope the closing-entry lookup to the company and fail loudly Review (CodeRabbit + the compliance swarm, ASVS V8.2.1) flagged the new fiscal_periods read in sumPostedYearEndDispositions on two counts, both fair. It filtered only on the period id while every sibling query in the same function carries the tenant scope. Primary key or not, service-role paths have no RLS to fall back on and the repo's rule is to filter company_id explicitly, so it now does. It also discarded the query error. That mattered more than it looks: a failed read fell through to closingEntryId = null, which silently re-admits the closing verifikat's 78xx/88xx reversals and understates the tax base, i.e. exactly the failure this lookup was added to prevent. It now throws, and the surrounding catch turns it into the existing 'Failed to read posted dispositions' error. A wrong bolagsskatt is worse than a loud failure. Two regression tests: the lookup carries both eq filters, and a lookup failure propagates instead of degrading to a wrong number. Refs #1051 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(storage): drop the client-side DELETE policy on the documents bucket (#1254) * fix(storage): drop the client-side DELETE policy on the documents bucket 20240101000024 documents this bucket as WORM: "No UPDATE or DELETE policies". That described the repo, not production. Production carries a users_delete_own_documents policy that exists in no migration file: FOR DELETE TO authenticated USING (bucket_id = 'documents' AND (storage.foldername(name))[2] = auth.uid()::text) Under it, the uploading user can delete the storage bytes of any document they uploaded under the legacy documents/{userId}/... layout, using nothing but their normal browser token. That includes documents linked to a posted verifikat, which are rakenskapsinformation under the BFL 7 kap 2 § seven-year retention duty. deleteDocument()'s linked-check and the block_document_deletion() trigger both guard the document_attachments ROW, not the object: the row survives, still pointing at a file that is gone. Reproduced against a local replay of the full migration stream: with the policy present the uploader's own DELETE removes the object; with it dropped the same statement matches zero rows. Company-scoped keys were never exposed (their second path segment is the company id, not auth.uid()), so this only ever reached the legacy layout, which is where most documents still live. Safe because every in-app remove() on this bucket already runs on the service role, covered by service_role_all_documents. Deliberately narrow: users_read_own_documents and users_upload_own_documents stay. The Phase B backfill from 20260726092000 has not run, so dropping the legacy SELECT policy now would make existing documents unreadable. That is Phase C. The pg-real test asserts no DELETE and no UPDATE policy over the bucket under ANY name: the hole arrived under a name this repo never used, so pinning a name would not have caught it. Refs #1208 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(storage): make the WORM ratchet see FOR ALL and WITH CHECK policies Review caught two blind spots in the ratchet, both fair. It matched only polcmd 'd' and 'w', but polcmd '*' (FOR ALL) grants DELETE and UPDATE just as effectively, and FOR ALL is the shape the one legitimate policy on this table already uses, so a hostile one would look unremarkable in the catalogue. It also read only polqual, so an UPDATE policy carrying its bucket restriction in WITH CHECK was invisible. Both assertions now run through one helper that covers d/w/*, concatenates USING and WITH CHECK, and filters by grantee so service_role_all_documents (how the application does its authorized deletes) is excluded while every client-reachable role is not. A policy granted to PUBLIC has an empty polroles, which is the most permissive case there is, so it is treated as client-reachable rather than as "no roles". Matching on the substring rather than the exact `bucket_id = 'documents'` shape pg_get_expr emits today: a policy written as bucket_id::text or with the comparison reversed would slip past a stricter match, and for a WORM ratchet a false alarm is cheap while a silent hole is not. Adds a probe case that creates a FOR ALL policy and asserts the helper sees it, so the main assertion cannot pass vacuously. That case earned its keep immediately: it caught that node-postgres hands back a raw string for a name[] column, so the role filter needed rolname::text to work at all. Verified against a local replay of the full migration stream: red with the original prod FOR DELETE policy present, red with a FOR ALL probe, green without either. Full pg-real suite 933 passed. Refs #1208 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(storage): catch a destructive policy that names no bucket at all Adversarial review of the previous commit found the ratchet still failed open, and reproduced it: a policy with no bucket_id predicate covers EVERY bucket, documents included, so gating on the bucket name discarded exactly the widest hole. The concrete shape is Supabase's own stock "Enable delete for users based on user_id" template, USING (auth.uid() = owner), which is the single most likely form of a future dashboard edit. A destructive policy is now in scope unless it provably cannot reach this bucket, i.e. only a bucket_id predicate naming some other bucket exempts it. The behavioural assertions had the matching blind spot: fixtures were seeded without an owner, so an owner-based policy matched NULL and the DELETE reported 0 rows for the wrong reason. Objects now carry an owner the way storage-api stamps them in production, so those tests fail loudly instead of passing by accident. Two probes pin both directions: a bucketless policy must be reported (and is shown to really permit the delete), and a policy scoped to another bucket must not be, so the ratchet cannot start crying wolf on receipts or sie-files and get switched off. Verified against a local replay of the full migration stream: red with the stock bucketless template installed, green without it. Full pg-real suite 935 passed. Refs #1208 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(kontoplan): make a deactivated account reachable again (#1262) is_active=false read as "does not exist" on every read path but as "exists" on the (company_id, account_number) unique constraint, so a deactivated account vanished from the kontoplan with no way back and re-creating it answered "Kontonummer X finns redan i din kontoplan." The write side was already correct: POST /accounts/activate has a toReactivate branch and PUT /accounts/[number] accepts is_active:true. Both were simply unreachable, so this opens routes to them rather than relaxing the read filters, which are load-bearing for AccountsNotInChartError. - Kontoplan gets a "Visa inaktiva" filter; inactive rows carry an "Inaktiv" chip and the existing per-row switch reactivates them in one click. - Deactivating an account that has posted lines now warns first, using the usage count already loaded for the Verifikat column. - POST /accounts distinguishes the two collisions and returns the new ACCOUNT_EXISTS_INACTIVE code; AddAccountDialog offers "Aktivera kontot istallet" rather than a dead-end 409. The stored account is left exactly as it was; values typed into the failed create form are not applied. - bas-lookup consults the company's own chart before the static BAS reference, so a deactivated custom account reads as known and "Aktivera och bokfor" is no longer disabled for it. New in_chart / is_active fields let callers tell "will be added" from "will be revived". - BAS-katalog stops showing "Aktiverat" for an account the company holds but has deactivated; it falls through to a relabelled Aktivera button, and the per-class counts follow. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): flag foreign 0 % lines with reverse charge switched off (#1255) * fix(supplier-invoices): flag foreign 0 % lines with reverse charge switched off A foreign supplier charging no Swedish VAT is normally omvand skattskyldighet. With the reverse-charge switch off, createSupplierInvoiceRegistrationEntry emits neither the 26x4 output leg nor the 44xx/45xx basis lines, so ruta 20-24, 30-32 and 48 all stay empty and the momsdeklaration takes a shape Skatteverket rejects. For a fully deductible purchase the net moms att betala is unchanged, which is exactly why this goes unnoticed. The form already auto-ticks reverse charge for eu_business but not for non_eu_business, so that path slips through silently. Adds a pure helper plus a non-blocking banner cloned from the existing rc_account_warning block. Deliberately silent for swedish_business, where 0 % is a genuine exemption that belongs in no ruta at all, and phrased as a question rather than an assertion: a non-EU goods purchase cleared at customs is legitimately 0 % without reverse charge, and pushing that user into ticking the switch would manufacture a new wrong verifikat. Does not add the exempt/import/other picker the issue proposes: supplier_invoices.vat_treatment is metadata that no booking or ruta mapping reads, and the codebase cannot book import VAT at all, so an import option would imply ruta 50/60 were handled when they are not. Refs #1042 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): name the local-VAT case in the foreign 0 % hint Review flagged that the most common foreign document a Swedish small company sees is an invoice carrying the supplier's OWN local VAT, booked at 0 % Swedish VAT with reverse charge correctly off. The banner fires there, and the previous copy only offered "momsfri av annat skal, till exempel en varuimport" as the way out, which does not describe that invoice at all: it is not VAT-free, it carries foreign VAT. Names both legitimate cases explicitly and says 0 % is correct in them, so the hint cannot read as an instruction to tick reverse charge on a purchase where that would produce a wrong verifikat. Title also narrowed to "utan svensk moms" for the same reason. Refs #1042 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(sandbox): call the sandbox assistant Assistenten, not Anna (#1244) A named persona earns its name once someone has been through onboarding and chosen it: it is their assistant and they named it. Nobody in the sandbox chose anything, so a first name reads as a character the product invented and implies a relationship the visitor never opted into. Both halves move together, which is the point. profile_summary is the agent's own self-description inside the system prompt, so leaving it as "Du är Anna" would have the header say one thing while the assistant introduces itself as another in its first sentence. Nothing else in the stack checks that pairing, so a test now does. Scope: this changes the seed, so new sandbox companies get the new name. The 483 sandbox profiles already seeded keep 'Anna' (the seeder returns early once a profile exists, and its caller only runs while verified_at is null). Backfilling those is a production write on demo data and is being raised separately rather than smuggled into a code change. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): show the last posted voucher per series in report headers Adds a "Senaste bokforda verifikat: A 214, B 37" line to the balans- and resultatrapport, so a printed or exported report answers which vouchers are actually in it rather than only which dates it spans (#1267). Reads MAX(voucher_number) over posted entries, never voucher_sequences.last_number. The sequence counter is an allocation high-water mark that drifts from the books in both directions: next_voucher_number burns a number when the follow-up insert fails, delete_last_voucher decrements by one instead of resetting to the new MAX, and pre-RPC SIE imports left it behind. Since the point of the line is avstamning, an allocated number would send a reconciler chasing a gap that does not exist, so the label says plainly that the number is the posted one. Scoped to the report own date range, so a Q1 report printed in November says something true about Q1. The balansrapport keeps the fiscal-year start as its lower bound because it accumulates. Skipped on a dimension-filtered resultatrapport: that report already discloses it is partial, and an unfiltered voucher range beside a filtered result invites the wrong conclusion. Populated in both engines, so the JSON, PDF and XLSX routes all inherit it without signature changes. Best-effort: a header nicety never breaks a report. The pure formatter lives in its own module so the client view does not pull the Supabase query path into the browser bundle. No new i18n keys; both report views and the PDF template are hard-coded Swedish per the "stays Swedish" report surfaces in .claude/rules/i18n.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(customers): stop rendering personnummer ciphertext, make unreadable rows editable, add a reveal path (#1263) customers.personal_number holds AES-256-GCM ciphertext (20260726110000). Three defects compounded into one broken surface for private customers. The list queried Supabase from the browser with select('*') and rendered the raw value, 76-82 chars of hex, into the nowrap identifier cell. It now reads GET /api/customers, which already masks every row, so the ciphertext never leaves the server. Searching by personnummer works again: the client filter had been matching against ciphertext and could never hit. A row whose value cannot be decrypted renders as the placeholder '********-????'. None of the three mask checks recognised it, each having its own '-1234'-only copy, so such a customer could not be edited in ANY field: name and address edits 400'd on a personnummer the user had no way to correct. All three now share one pattern from the new crypto-free lib/customers/mask-personal-number.ts, which the client form can import. Typing a fresh personnummer overwrites the unreadable value, which is the only repair possible: the rejected writes failed whole INSERTs, so there is nothing to backfill. The value was write-only by construction. GET /api/customers/{id}/personal-number is the deliberate drill-in, mirroring the employee convention, gated on the write role because .compliance/ropa.yaml listed no_full_value_read_endpoint as a safeguard for this column; that entry is rewritten rather than left stale, and reveals log actor and customer id but never the value. Also: arcim-migration wrote the identity number as plaintext, which aborts any import containing a Privatperson with 23514 since the constraint flip; and the customer embeds on /api/invoices shipped ciphertext to the browser on every invoice read. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: enhance ruta 05 handling for dynamic revenue accounts - Introduced `fetchDynamicRuta05Accounts` to fetch company-specific revenue accounts marked with a VAT rate, addressing issue #1261. - Updated VAT declaration logic to include these dynamic accounts in ruta 05 calculations, ensuring accurate reporting for user-added accounts. - Modified `ACCOUNT_RUTA` to include account 3000 for completeness in ruta 05. - Enhanced tests to validate the inclusion of user-added revenue accounts in ruta 05 and ensure correct VAT calculations. - Seeded default VAT rates for BAS revenue accounts to ensure proper classification in the VAT declaration. * fix: enhance data handling and masking in customer and invoice APIs * fix(vat): resolve the 3000 gruppkonto's rate for the ruta 05 base split 3000 "Forsaljning inom Sverige" is mapped to ruta05 by ACCOUNT_RUTA, so a balance on it is filed in the right box already. What was missing is the rate split: unlike 3001/3002/3003 the account number carries no sats, and fetchDynamicRuta05Accounts skipped it because it is in ACCOUNT_TO_BOX. A company posting to the gruppkonto therefore got a ruta 05 total that breakdown.invoices.base25/12/6 did not add up to. Surface those rates separately as staticRateByAccount: rate-only on purpose, because the static map already sums the account and adding it to the dynamic account list would double the filed figure. A test pins that single-count property. Also add 3000 to the MCP server's RUTA_05_ACCOUNTS, which is the display list behind report.rutor.ruta05: without it a 3000 balance appeared in the filed projection but not in the report the agent reads back. The comment claiming SALES_OUTPUT_VAT_SHORTFALL reads base25/12/6 was wrong and is corrected. That check derives its expected base from the output-VAT rutor (ruta10/0.25 + ruta11/0.12 + ruta12/0.06); nothing reads the per-rate bases, which are reporting metadata. So the incomplete split never affected a filed return or a warning, only the breakdown. feat(invoices): preview invoices and underlag in the browser instead of downloading (#1228)
Reviewing an invoice or a verifikat bilaga meant saving a file and opening it from the Downloads folder (user request, christian@odinaero.se 2026-07-25). - GET /api/invoices/[id]/pdf accepts ?disposition=inline and serves the PDF for in-browser review; anything else keeps the download behaviour every existing caller relies on. The filename still travels in the header, so the browser viewer's own save action produces the same name as the download button, and nosniff pins the content type. - The invoice detail page gets a "Förhandsgranska" action next to "Ladda ner PDF". It resolves the document through the same resolveInvoicePdfSource path as the download, so preview cannot become the shortcut that presents a re-render as the invoice the customer received: the archived delivery wins, a re-render is shown with its caveat, and an unreadable delivery history still asks instead of guessing. The archive dialog now remembers whether the user asked to view or to save, and its fallback does that. - DocumentViewButton (supplier-invoice underlag, staged agent previews) points at the existing /api/documents/:id/inline proxy, so bilagor render in the browser. Navigation now happens straight from the click, so the signed-URL fetch and its popup-blocker workaround are gone. - The three re-render caveat strings and the two archive-dialog descriptions lose their "you downloaded" wording so they stay true for both actions; five new keys in sv + en. Tests: route cases for the default, inline and unknown disposition values; invoiceRerenderUrl cases for both modes and id encoding. npm test 11364 passed, lint 0 errors. Button row screenshotted against the design system (pill outline, Eye icon) via a temporary sandbox route. Closes #1190 Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise, while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production. Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that are not repeated. userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger. State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row, consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing. provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client. provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up. Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before the scoped check ran. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A) The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in 20260416120000; this bucket was left behind. Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining legacy prefix objects. The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail the whole query instead of filtering the row out. deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to erase. The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and SHA-256 identical before repointing the row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user had been removed from the company kept reading. Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error strings with the canonical envelope. Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every other v1 read endpoint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and had become the top application consumer of production database time: measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at 7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on the booking path. PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side instead turns that into two indexed round trips. Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling. Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead, since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows. commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column, which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped on the newest rows indefinitely. The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap; the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly. ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change sort semantics on the route that currently works. Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had them. The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters, because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a write that never happened. dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write, and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to 5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0. Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the full tree. The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the lockfile, never workflow files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily. Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which settles the intent. documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession: the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention. webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line place to change that. A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list, and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they are named rather than silently rotting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email. This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined by next.config.ts. Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry personnummer and financial data. verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible. The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not forwarded. Structural roots closed: - resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking 1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING - ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document, not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed - sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed - tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all four baselines now empty - three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import, ungated-extension-route Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap), RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/ Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites with isSwedishUserMessage extended. Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice, recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep work and are verified green together. 13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge. 20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres). Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0 errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and ~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass: - replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid() (impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo - bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns - credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no cross-tenant figures in exception text - link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end - personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE - same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse - receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts - period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap - documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping - invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression), duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran - match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat) - refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window) - KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint - personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools - worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths - MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk - observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True, cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings call removed) Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests * fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215 pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() = 'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text, reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved. Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column, and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no longer renders as already filed. Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern (all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215 - restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch - replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap warning texts and update the pinned test expectations - drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment - strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation. fix(invoices): stop popup blockers from silently eating the PDF preview tab (#1191)
* fix(invoices): stop popup blockers from silently eating the PDF preview tab A window.open() after an await runs outside the click's transient user activation (~5s, less in Safari), so the preview tab was popup-blocked exactly when generation was slow (cold start + logo re-encode). The request succeeded, nothing opened, no error: the button looked locked (support: carina@cbysea.se). - lib/browser/deferred-tab.ts: open the tab synchronously in the click, navigate it when the result arrives, close it on failure (the pattern AGIPanel already used for its signing tab), with unit tests. - InvoiceEditor: preview uses the deferred tab + popup-blocked toast; revoke the blob URL instead of leaking it; guard the review dialog against an unresolved customer (silent no-op click); 5s timeout on the pre-review next-number fetch; spinner + disable while the submit handler is in flight in create mode. - Same pre-open fix in TransactionAttachmentIndicator, JournalEntryAttachments (failures now toast instead of vanishing), DocumentViewButton, and the Arcim reconnect OAuth popup (its 'trusted gesture' comment was wrong after the await). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): review triage: close blocked preview tab, precise popup hint, test convention Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(bookkeeping): stop draft edits wiping line FX metadata and tax_code (#1187)
* fix(bookkeeping): stop draft edits wiping line FX metadata and tax_code Fixes #1174. EditDraftEntryDialog hydrated only account/amounts/text/ dimensions into the form, and updateDraftEntry replaces all lines, so editing the text on a foreign-currency draft silently reset its lines to SEK (currency default, amount_in_currency/exchange_rate nulled) and stripped tax_code entirely (FormLine had no such field). The dialog also displayed EUR drafts as SEK before any save. - FormLine carries tax_code as a pure pass-through; the submit body sends it back. - The dialog hydrates per-line currency/amount_in_currency/ exchange_rate/tax_code, and passes initialCurrency/rate/amount so the form's currency picker and FX fields show the stored values. - A hydrated FX line marks the currency-meta slot as taken so the 19xx fallback cannot double-stamp another line. Blast radius was drafts only (posted entries are immutable), reachable via the form's own currency picker and via v1/MCP lines carrying tax_code. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): keep the hydrated draft FX rate on mount CodeRabbit finding on #1187, verified real: the currency effect fired on mount for a hydrated foreign draft and replaced the STORED exchange rate with today's Riksbanken rate, so a text-only edit would save a different rate. The initial hydrated currency now skips the automatic fetch; changing currency or date afterwards still refetches. fix(bookkeeping): allow a first rakenskapsar shorter than 6 months (#1165)
The validator enforced a 6-month minimum on the FIRST fiscal period, citing BFL 3 kap. The law says the opposite: BFL 3 kap 3 par expressly allows a rakenskapsar shorter than 12 months, with no floor, when bokforingsskyldigheten begins (Bolagsverket: the first year may be "hur kort som helst", max 18 months). The floor only applied to isFirstPeriod, exactly the case the law exempts, and blocked an autumn-registered AB from shortening its first year to Dec 31 to file an early arsredovisning. Drop the minimum, keep the 18-month cap and the day-boundary rules, and remove the now-dead Swedish error mapping. Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(bokslut): the bokslut trio in the flat concept language (scenes 34-36) (#1161)
* feat(bokslut): Arsbokslut hub as Stegen with de-boxed linear steps (trio 1/3) Scene 34: the six-step wizard gets the house horizontal stepper (done checks behind the current step, click-back navigation, forward stays with each step's continue action), the period select moves into the header as the context control, and the progress-bar and picker cards die. Preflight, Preview, Execute and Result are de-boxed: sans eyebrow sections with hairlines, quiet action links, attn lines instead of boxed alerts, muted text for normal states. Step content is centered at reading width. Accruals/Dispositions keep their internals for now (interactive panels; follow-up pass). All wizard logic untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bokslut): INK2 and NE-bilaga views in the flat house language (trio 2/3) Scene 36 direction: the declaration views lose every card. Statutory sections (Tillgangar, Eget kapital och skulder, Resultatrakning, INK2S, Intakter, Kostnader) become sans eyebrow sections with hairlines, the header card becomes a flat block with the SRU download beside it, the filing instructions lose their info box, warnings render as attn lines, and the NE R11 result becomes the emphasized document-foot row. All ruta tables, SRU downloads and warnings logic untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bokslut): Arsredovisning page, studio and digital filing in the flat house language (trio 3/3) De-boxes the whole scene-35 surface: the page shell (period picker, K3 note, narrativ, flerarsoversikt, underskrifter, PDF section), the AnnualReportStudio (workflow strip, scope form, completeness checks, versions) and DigitalInlamning (iXBRL review, submission form, status history) all move from Card shells to sans-eyebrow sections with hairlines. Inner info boxes flatten to bordered text blocks; the digital-checks warning becomes an attn line. The iframe border and the Kommer snart overlay sign stay: one frames an external document, the other floats above blurred content. Statutory Swedish-only surface: no new i18n keys. * polish(bokslut): align trio controls with the house language Founder feedback: buttons and selects still read old-style next to the bookkeeping page. Sweeps all trio surfaces: - Drop every min-h-11 override on Buttons and Inputs (44px chunky controls) so the compact house pill and h-10 input apply. - Replace all native <select> elements (BooleanQuestion, currency, group size, signing method, signer role, versions, AGM outcome, roll) with the shadcn Select primitive used system-wide. - Step navigation matches the merged Moms Stegen: white outline size-sm pills labelled 'Nästa: <steg> →' and '← Tillbaka'. Booking commits (Verkställ, Bokför valda dispositioner) stay primary. - Year-end period picker becomes the ContextPicker chip (the house context-picker idiom), and the stepper row widens to max-w-4xl so step 6 'Klart' no longer clips. - font-sans on two uppercase h3 eyebrows that rendered serif via the global h1-h3 display rule. * fix(vat): one toolbar row and the FyPicker chip on every fiscal-year surface The prod momsdeklaration (helårsmoms) broke into two sparse rows: Exportera alone, then a labelled 280px FiscalYearSelector below it, plus a serif uppercase worklist heading and internal check codes in the UI. - The VAT toolbar is one flat row: periodicity picker, fiscal-year chip, black Exportera, all h-9 aligned. - FyPicker (the rounded ContextPicker chip from UI-migration PR 3) replaces FiscalYearSelector on every page-level surface it had left: the VAT toolbar, FocusedReport's header (all report detail pages) and Kassaflödesanalys. Dialog/settings forms keep the labelled select, which is a form field, not a context picker. - 'Verifikationer som saknar basbelopp' becomes a sans eyebrow with hairline; internal codes (RC_BASIS_MISSING et al) no longer render in check rows, the Swedish message already cites the SKV felkod. - font-sans on the SkatteverketPanel validation eyebrow. * polish(vat): periodicity, year and quarter/month pickers as ContextPicker chips Founder feedback: the Arsvis dropdown should also be the rounded style. The cadence choice now lives behind a settings-style 'Period' chip (Manadsvis/Kvartalsvis/Arsvis with a check on the active one), and the year and quarter/month selects become chips too, so the whole momsdeklaration toolbar is chip-shaped: Period, 2026, Kvartal 3 (jul-sep) or Rakenskapsar 2026, then the black Exportera pill. The concrete period chip already implies the cadence, so the Period chip can stay label-only. --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/stripe connect transactions (#1139)
* fix(mcp-oauth): allow ChatGPT connector callbacks and resume OAuth after login Add chatgpt.com/connector/oauth/* (per-instance) and the legacy chatgpt.com/connector_platform_oauth_redirect to the built-in OAuth redirect allowlist so ChatGPT MCP connectors can register and authorize. Fix the login page dropping the ?next= destination: an OAuth-initiated visit that required login previously ended on the dashboard and the connection flow silently died. Login now resumes to the sanitized next path (hard navigation, since the consent page is route-handler HTML), carries it through the MFA step-up as returnTo, and /mfa/verify hard-navigates for /api/ destinations. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): dedup incoming feed rows against booked hand-entered twins Users who bookkeep via MCP/chat first and connect their bank afterwards got the same movement twice: the synced row's external_id lives in a different namespace, the free-form manual title never text-bridges the bank's raw string, and the cross-channel mirror deliberately excluded manual/mcp rows. Extend the mirror with a booked-hand-entered track: an incoming feed row is skipped when a BOOKED manual/mcp row shares its (date, ore) bucket count- symmetrically. Gates beyond the feed-vs-feed mirror: stored row must be booked (staged rows never consume an import), currencies must not contradict (bucket key is date+ore only), the cash-account guard applies to the count exactly as to consumption, and symmetry uses the Layer-1-unmatched incoming count so an already-stored row cannot inflate it. Consumption stamps the batch cash_account_id onto an account-unbound hand row, so one hand row can never consume feed rows on other accounts in later syncs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): inline verifikat rattelse (strike lines + text/date edit) Second sanctioned correction track under BFL 5 kap 5/9 pp, Fortnox-style: strike lines inside a posted verifikat with replacements in the same voucher, and correct description/entry_date without an andringsverifikat. Envelope: posted entries, open unlocked periods, company lock date, same-period date moves, structural/FX/doc-linked lines excluded, and a reconciliation guard preserving per-account net on bank/reskontra sides of externally linked entries. Every rattelse writes an immutable who/when row (journal_entry_rattelse_log, WORM, archived as rakenskapsinformation) and struck originals render struck-through in the verifikat; list rows and the detail header carry a Rattad marker. CLAUDE.md hard rule 1 and the swedish-accounting-compliance skill are amended to state the two-track rule. Staging carries the DDL; prod gets it on merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: live saldo in booking form, prior-year window comparison, hideable assistant FAB - Manual journal entry: saldo column now shows before -> after computed from the typed debit/credit amounts (direction feedback while booking) - Resultatrapport: a narrowed date range now compares against the same window shifted one year back (#862), merged across fiscal periods for brutet rakenskapsar; P&L rows report window activity instead of rolled-forward YTD closing - Assistant FAB: per-user hide toggle (user_preferences.hide_assistant_fab, settings > assistant), sidebar entry unaffected; collapsed sessions keep their reopen handle Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): sync balance transactions as a bank feed on 1686 Import the connected Stripe balance into the transactions inbox, opt-in per connection (transaction_sync_enabled on stripe_connections): - Balance transactions map to feed rows with the two-row gross+fee split and frozen external_id formats (stripe_{acct}_{txn} / _fee), dated on created, bound to a provisioned "Stripe-saldo" cash account on 1686 so booking settles against the clearing account by construction. - Double-booking protection: settled payment-link charges import pre-linked to their settlement entry; payout rows import pre-linked to the payout entry; processPayoutPaidEvent claims the payout's fee rows at booking time (linkPayoutFeedRows, idempotent from both directions). - Cursor last_balance_txn_synced_at with 24h overlap; first run backfills 90 days floored at the day after the company lock date. - Nightly cron /api/extensions/stripe/transactions/cron (03:30), transaction-sync toggle route, "Synka nu" covers both feeds, settings panel toggle with last-synced/backfill note, sv+en strings. - Migration 20260723200000 (applied to staging). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): offer match-to-voucher on unbooked history rows Unbooked transactions with is_business already set (e.g. left behind when a voucher was removed without a full uncategorize) land in the history list instead of the inbox, where the match-against-existing-voucher action did not exist, leaving them with no path back to voucher matching. Add the same menu item to the history list for unbooked rows. feat(home): concept Hem with Att göra + Fortsätt (UI migration PR 11) (#1132)
* feat(home): concept scene 14: greeting + Att gora/Fortsatt panes Hem becomes the founder-approved two-panel layout: serif time-of-day greeting with date and company, the Att gora worklist restyled to the concept pane (eyebrow header, h-rows with count chips, hover chevrons) and a new Fortsatt pane listing in-progress work derived purely from draft state (lib/worklist/resume: journal drafts, invoice drafts/unsent, mid-lifecycle salary runs; deadline boost, cap 3, tested). A completed flow can never render as a resume row by construction: only draft-state rows are fetched. KPI tiles, revenue/expense cards and the deadline/tax widgets leave the page per dev_docs/last_session_resume.md section 8, which also prunes their fetches (journal-line YTD aggregation, unpaid totals, deadlines): the page got faster. Banners, checklist, build-assistant hero and the Skatteverket nudge survive. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(home): serif pane titles for Att gora and Fortsatt Founder feedback: the uppercase eyebrow headers read as a stray font. Both pane titles are now the Hedvig display serif (text-lg) over the hairline, matching the page's heading language; the band headers inside Att gora keep their small uppercase form as grouping devices. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(home): Geist pane titles for Att gora and Fortsatt Founder call: the pane titles use the body sans (14px medium), not the display serif. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): Geist section headers + drop stale-transactions chip Founder feedback: pane/section headers (Att gora, Fortsatt, the reports groups Lopande/Bokslut/Skatt & moms etc) render in Geist sentence case instead of uppercase eyebrows or serif. The global h1-h3 display-font rule moves into @layer base so utility classes like font-sans can actually override it (unlayered element rules beat Tailwind's layered utilities: this was silently eating the override). Also removes the 'N aldre an 14 dagar' chip from the Bokfora transaktioner row and its stale-count plumbing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(ui): continuous nav crossfade + floating slide-over entrance The rail/full nav states now stay mounted and crossfade past each other (the inactive layer absolute, faded, nudged sideways, inert) while the aside width animates: the switch reads as one continuous motion instead of a DOM swap. The detail slide-over floats in from the right edge (slide-in-from-right-full, 300ms decelerating curve) per the concept, with a quicker ease-in exit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): make transitions and enter/exit animations actually run Two silent app-wide animation killers found while chasing 'the nav still is not smooth': 1. The codebase uses the shadcn animate-in/out vocabulary everywhere but no animate plugin was ever installed: Tailwind v4 silently dropped every such class, so popovers, dialogs, menus and the slide-over all appeared instantly. globals.css now defines the exact subset in use (accEnter/accExit keyframes + var-driven utilities), plugin-free, composing with duration/ease via --tw-duration/--tw-ease and collapsing under prefers-reduced-motion. Dialog drops its bracket-variant slide classes (zoom+fade carries the entrance). 2. The scrollbar auto-hide block's universal '* { transition: scrollbar-color ... }' was unlayered, and unlayered rules beat Tailwind's layered transition-* utilities regardless of specificity: every width/margin/color transition in the app was dead. The rule now lives in @layer base. Verified: the aside animates 248->64 over 300ms and the slide-over runs accEnter at 0.3s with the decelerating curve. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): finish the rr-mask session-replay masking sweep Main's #1105 switched one amount cell from the no-op sensitive-field class to rr-mask (rrweb's built-in text-masking class). The reskinned tables introduced more sensitive-field cells; all 12 occurrences now use rr-mask so financial amounts are masked in session replays. feat(register): concept scenes 25-31 for the seven register pages (#1131)
Kunder, Leverantorer, Artiklar, Anstallda, Anlaggningstillgangar, Kontoplan and Kostnadsstallen & projekt all move to the house language: serif header with quiet secondary actions + primary pill, dry-table lists (TH/TD from components/ui/dry-table, stagger-enter, clickable rows, responsive column hiding), muted text for normal states with chips only for exceptions (Verifierad, Inaktiv, Arkiverad, Avyttrad), and a muted pgnote count footer. Kontoplan gets the scene 30 treatment: BAS 2026 chip, Mina konton/BAS-katalogen seg with counts, class band rows as folds, and the activation toggles preserved. Dimensions swaps its tabs for the house seg with per-dimension counts and Tagga historik as a quiet header link. Separate mobile card lists and Card wrappers are gone; all dialogs, sort params, export menus, gating and load-more behavior preserved. Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(granskning): concept review queue (UI migration PR 6) (#1126)
* feat(granskning): concept scene 11 for the review queue Reskins /pending to the concept: serif header with a Godkann alla primary, Vantar/Godkanda/Avvisade seg with a count chip on the queue, source filter as the far-right context picker, and op rows in the concept's row language (source line, title, risk chip, inline Godkann pill + quiet Avvisa, hover checkbox). Row click opens the detail as a right slide-over (convention 13) with the operation preview, period-lock banner, and approve/reject in the footer. The select-all header becomes the standard bulkbar that pops in on first selection, carrying the type quick-picks as quiet links. All existing functionality is preserved: bulk approve/reject with confirm dialogs, rejection category + feedback, high-risk warnings, period-lock gating, conversation deep-link filter, realtime refetch, auto-expired markers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): concept seg styling for the Verifikat/Utkast toggle The toggle used the old bordered container with a beige active tab: the inverse of the concept seg used on every other page (muted container, card-white active with hairline border). Founder feedback. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(granskning): match concept scene 11 row language Founder feedback against the rendered concept: the seg becomes Vantar/Historik (Historik merges committed + rejected via two parallel fetches, newest resolution first, distinguished by Godkand/Avvisad chips with the rejection reason in the sub line); op rows get the concept's actor circle with a thread line, uppercase source line, and the three tinted action pills under the text (Godkann sage, Avvisa terracotta, Visa detaljer neutral) instead of right-aligned hover actions. Risk chip stays on the right edge; hover checkboxes and the bulkbar are unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(granskning): curved actor thread + boxed, legible detail panel Founder feedback vs the rendered concept: the thread under the actor icon now elbows toward the action row (rounded border corner) instead of a straight line, and the slide-over frames the operation in its own bordered box with the warning/rejection notes as separate boxed lines. preview_data arrays shaped like a kontering (account/debit/credit rows, e.g. preview_lines) now render as a proper Konto/Beskrivning/Debet/Kredit table instead of the generic '3 rader' dump, so the panel actually says what the agent is about to post. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(granskning): carry #842 failed_partial rendering through the rework The failed_partial status (irreversible posting followed by a failed step) landed on main while the review-queue rework was in flight; the Historik rows and the detail slide-over now render its warning chip, explanation, and posted_ids like main did. feat(transactions): concept shell and row language (UI migration PR 5) (#1124)
* feat(transactions): concept shell for scene 10 (header, toolbar, footer)
- Header: title + Importera SplitButton (import guide / manual entry,
last-used mode persisted via ui_state.create_mode.transactions),
replacing the three-button row
- Toolbar in concept order: [Att bokföra/Alla seg with count chip]
[search] [Välj flera as quiet toggle] ... [source ContextPicker far
right merging the old in-list source dropdown (bank/Skatteverket)]
- Bank sync status + sync-now + Bankavstämning move to the concept's
footer status line together with the honest visible-row counter
("n att hantera")
- skv-reconnect banner and all dialogs/actions untouched
Row cards -> concept dry-table conversion follows separately.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): concept row language for the inbox cards
Rows read like the scene 10 table: date as the first tabular column,
description on one line, amount right (+income in sage), auto-detected
invoice matches as beige suggestion chips instead of primary pills,
tighter hairline rows at 13px. Every action unchanged: Bokför pill,
match/assistant/overflow menu, batch checkboxes, exit animations,
extraction status.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* refactor(transactions): de-bloat rows and chrome to match the concept
- Rows carry only the essentials: date, description, amount, Bokför and
one overflow menu. The inline match and ask-assistant icon buttons
fold into the overflow menu (all actions still one click away)
- The "n nya banktransaktioner sen ditt senaste besök" banner is removed;
the footer sync line covers it
- The Skatteverket reconnect banner becomes the one-ochre-sentence
AttnLine with an inline action (convention 6)

* refactor(ui): extract dry-table primitives into components/ui/dry-table
The concept table styles (TH/TD/VTH/VTD classes, quiet links, RowFoldout)
move out of JournalEntryList so the transaction inbox can render the exact
same table language.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): Synka bank nu in the Importera menu
Extracts the per-connection sync/reconnect logic into a shared useBankSync()
hook (BankSyncNowButton keeps using it) and adds the concept's first menu row
to the Importera split button: sync all active connections, with the
last-synced age as the row description. Hidden without a connection or the
bank_sync capability; the footer button stays the gated conversion surface.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): per-account source picker with balances
The context chip becomes the concept's account chooser: always visible in
inbox mode, one row per enabled cash account (PSD2 balance annotation),
an Övriga bucket for bank rows without a registered account, and a
Skattekonto row annotated with the cached saldo. The trigger reads
'Alla källor · <sum>' where the sum covers SEK ledgers + skattekonto.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): concept dry-table for the inbox
The inbox list becomes the exact Bokforing table: borderless dry-table with
hover-revealed checkboxes and chevrons, one-line rows (date, description,
amount, quiet primary pill + overflow + foldout), and a RowFoldout expansion
carrying the row detail and the full action set as quiet links. Skattekonto
rows render as chip-marked table rows with inline actions. The 'Valj flera'
toggle and the floating batch bar are replaced by the concept bulkbar that
pops in above the table once a row is selected.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(i18n): singular form for bulkbar selection count
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): suggestion-first Bokfor flow (concept scene 10)
Bokfor on a row with a suggestion now goes straight to the compact
kontering confirm (QuickReview) showing the proposed verifikat; the full
template picker becomes the fallback and the 'Byt mall' path. Rows carry
the concept's 'Forslag: <mall>' chip (with D/K in the tooltip and the
foldout meta). The picker dialog is de-bloated: alternate paths (manuellt,
matcha, ignorera) collapse into quiet links. Modal scroll containers
(DialogContent, SlideOverBody) keep a visible scrollbar thumb: with the
app-wide auto-hide, a long dialog read as cut off at the fold.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* refactor(transactions): drop suggestion UI and foldout action links
Founder direction: no booking suggestions in the list for now (logic comes
later), and the foldout duplicated the overflow menu: the three dots are
the clearer surface. The foldout keeps row detail only (FX conversion,
original bank name, 1930/1630 hint, extraction status) and rows without
any detail no longer expand. The Skattekonto picker row drops its saldo
annotation; the Alla kallor sum covers bank ledgers only.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): dry-table for the Alla view + pill chips app-wide
The history list joins the inbox's table language: Datum, Beskrivning,
Belopp, Status columns with Bokford as muted text + Visa verifikat quiet
link (normal state) and Ej bokford as the beige exception chip with an
inline Bokfor pill; the business/private tabs become the house seg and the
KALLA header row becomes the standard chip-picker. Skattekonto rows get
the same treatment. SEK conversion moves to a tooltip (one-line rows).
Badge itself becomes the concept chip: pill radius (99px), 11.5px, quiet
padding, replacing the boxy rounded-md look the founder flagged on the
Underlag saknas badge.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(ui): audit round: viewer-disabled split options, touch fallback
Regression-audit fixes: SplitButton options support disabled+disabledTitle
so viewer-gated create paths render inert with the viewer tooltip instead
of silently no-opping (wired on Ny transaktion); the history list gets its
Kopplad till faktura indicator back; dead transactionsWithMatches memo
removed; and coarse-pointer devices now always show hover-revealed
controls (checkboxes, chevrons, quiet row actions) since touch has no
hover.

feat(bookkeeping): concept toolbar, template booking, confirm-first posting (UI migration PR 4) (#1123)
* feat(bookkeeping): concept toolbar, template booking, confirm-first posting (UI migration PR 4)
The Bokforing page adopts the concept (scene 9) on top of the PR 3 kit:
- Toolbar in concept order with the FyPicker chip far right replacing the
"Visar:" scope selector (same persisted scope, one-click change)
- "Nytt verifikat" is a SplitButton with three remembered modes: Tomt
verifikat (existing editor, voucher-number hint kept), Bokfor fran mall
(new centered TemplateBookDialog: existing booking_template_library
data MRU-ordered, date + editable amount recomputing the kontering
live via applyTemplate, Balanserar row, direct booking + MRU touch),
and Skapa med assistenten (existing agent-sheet path; suggestion lands
in Granskning). Last-used mode persists via ui_state.create_mode
- Draft posting goes through ConfirmDialog describing the outcome
("Bokfors som verifikat A-218: ...") with an indicative next-voucher
preview; the success toast still shows the real number
- "Underlag saknas" becomes the row's only warning chip (Badge warning)
instead of the bare triangle icon; exempt rows keep the muted glyph
- New lib/hooks/use-ui-state.ts: client read of ui_state to seed the
split button's initial mode
No backend, migration or RPC changes. VAT-split math is applyTemplate,
already unit-tested in lib/bookkeeping/__tests__/template-library.test.ts;
split-button persistence is tested in lib/ui-state.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(bookkeeping): use roundOre in TemplateBookDialog money math
The antipattern ratchet caught two hand-rolled Math.round(x*100)/100;
route them through lib/money roundOre like the rest of the codebase.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* docs: PR 4 decisions
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(bookkeeping): concept dry-table verifikat list (scene 9)
The list itself adopts the concept, verified against the artifact's
scene 9 markup: a borderless table (Verifikation / Datum / Beskrivning /
Belopp) with hover-revealed selection checkboxes, hover-revealed chevron,
and an animated grid-rows row expansion whose kontering renders as the
concept's vlines sub-table (uppercase hairline heads, Summa row).
Expansion actions become quiet underlined links (Visa detaljer, Skapa
andringsverifikation, Aterfor (storno), Kopiera); posting keeps its pill
+ ConfirmDialog. Drafts get a row-level Bokfor button like the concept.
All functionality preserved: batch "Inget underlag kravs" bar (above the
table), attachment counts + preview, no-doc-required toggle, out-of-
period + status badges, FX line amounts, sum footer, pagination. The
density toggle is dropped: the table has one density by design.
Fixes from verification: the list's i18n lives in the journal_list
namespace (new keys moved there; they rendered as raw keys otherwise),
and the sidebar brand Image gets explicit dimensions (Next dev warning).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(bookkeeping): bulkbar appears only when a verifikat is selected
Concept behavior: no standing "Markera alla (62) / Markera alla utan
underlag" bar. The batch bar is hidden until the first row is selected
via its hover checkbox, then pops in with the count, the reason input,
Undanta underlagskrav, and quiet actions for Markera alla, the
filter-scoped bulk mark, and Avmarkera. All batch functionality kept,
just no chrome until it is needed.

feat(ui): shared migration primitives (UI migration PR 3) (#1122)
* feat(ui): shared migration primitives (UI migration PR 3) The component kit every page migration (PR 4-8) builds on: - ContextPicker: the one-per-page chip-dropdown context scope (convention 8), right-aligned popover with checks and muted annotations - FyPicker: fiscal-year picker on ContextPicker with the same controlled API and per-company localStorage key as FiscalYearSelector, which it replaces page by page from PR 4 - SplitButton: primary + caret menu, last-used mode persisted per user via ui_state.create_mode (lib/ui-state/client, unit-tested); nav persistence refactored onto the same helper - ConfirmDialog: centered min-460px confirm-up-front dialog (convention 10) with pending state on an awaitable onConfirm - HelpPopover: 17px "?" after the H1 opening an anchored popover (convention 7); PageHeader gets a `help` slot - AttnLine: the one-ochre-sentence attention pattern (convention 6) with optional inline action; new AA-safe --attn token pair - RowStatus: chips-mark-exceptions helper (convention 5) - SlideOver: right review panel, 480px, 18px inset, rounded, veil + Esc (convention 13), with header kicker / body / footer slots - Stagger: .stagger-enter applied to the five target pages' list containers (bookkeeping, transactions, pending, invoices, supplier-invoices); structural loading.tsx added for supplier-invoices, customers, kpi, pending, deadlines No page adopts the new pickers/dialogs yet: that is PR 4-8, one page per PR against this kit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): FyPicker chip must not double the Rakenskapsar label Real fiscal periods are often named "Rakenskapsar 2026" already; only prefix the label when the period name lacks it. feat(year-end): administrative undo of executed year-end closing + skatteverket scope fixes (#1081)
* fix(skatteverket): request the ska scope for skattekonto v2 The skattekonto v2 API rejects skahmst-only tokens with 403 "The required scopes are not authorized" (observed in prod 2026-07-20; no company has synced since 2026-05-10). The requested `skattekonto` scope is silently dropped from every grant, while `ska` appears in one real May grant, so request it too: SKV grants the intersection, so this is harmless if wrong. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): correct the skattekonto scope model around ska Root cause of the May 10 skattekonto outage, confirmed via git history and prod token data: the `ska` scope (the interactive skattekonto API's actual scope, requested since the extension's first commit in March) was removed by the "remove unused scopes" cleanup in the #431 series. Every token issued after that hour lacks it and the API answers 403 "The required scopes are not authorized"; no company has synced since. The May 15 repair re-added skahmst, which per its tjanstebeskrivning is a different bulk E-transport service and does not substitute; `skattekonto` is not a real SKV scope name and is silently dropped from grants. Follow-up to the ska re-request (cd8f7a30): - document the confirmed scope model in oauth.ts so ska is never "cleaned up" again - panel missing-scope warning and reconnect-button now gate on ska, not skahmst/skattekonto - scope badge labels: ska takes the saldo & transaktioner label, skahmst relabeled as the E-transport file service - consent-page note covers both terse scope names and says ska is required Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(year-end): warn on untaxed profit at verkstall, Swedish readiness messages, always-visible period selector An aktiebolag could execute year-end with a profit and zero bolagsskatt booked without any warning (support case: closing moved 592k to 2099 untaxed). The preview now computes bolagsskattMissing (AB + profit + no 89xx account among closed accounts, 8999 excluded) and both the preview and execute steps render an advisory, bypassable warning. validateYearEndReadiness messages are now Swedish (the bokslut wizard is a stays-Swedish surface); the MCP year_end_readiness classifier matches both the new Swedish strings and the legacy English ones. The wizard period selector now always renders, keeps a selected-but- ineligible period selectable, and resets a stale ?period= id from another company instead of leaving the user stuck on the wrong year. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(year-end): administrative undo of an executed year-end closing Storno-only reset used when a bokslut was executed prematurely (e.g. without bolagsskatt) and no arsredovisning exists yet: reverses the next period's result_appropriation and opening_balance entries, reopens the period, reverses the closing entry, and detaches closing_entry_id. Resumable if interrupted midway; attribution per BFL 5 kap 6. Migration 20260720140000 adds the trigger escape hatch: closing_entry_id may only change once set when the old closing entry is reversed with a posted storno chain (status flag alone is forgeable via PostgREST), and a non-NULL replacement must be a posted year_end entry in the same period. Covered by a pg-real test. planResultAppropriation idempotency is now posted-only: a reversed omforing no longer blocks the re-run from posting a fresh 2099 -> 2098 reclassification (it previously returned null silently, leaving the new year's equity polluted). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address CodeRabbit, PR-Agent and compliance findings - undo script: company_id filters on verify queries, period-scope the arsredovisning precondition checks, validate service-key format, escalate audit_log insert failure to a hard error (BFNAR 2013:2) - detach migration: company-scope the storno chain EXISTS, replace the em dash in the new error message Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address round-2 compliance swarm and Swedish review findings - undo script: require --confirm-url with --commit so an env swap fails loud; retry the audit_log insert 3x and direct the operator to insert the behandlingshistorik row manually on final failure (BFNAR 2013:2) - year-end preview: document why resultAccountSummary is a complete 89xx scan; warning text now also names periodiseringsfond and overavskrivningar as legitimate zero-tax reasons Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/build (#1041)
* fix(bookkeeping): harden correction account changes * feat(tax): enhance tax deadline generation with new settings and filing methods - Added new company settings: tax_turnover_over_40m, vat_has_eu_trade, vat_filing_method, periodisk_sammanstallning_enabled, and periodisk_sammanstallning_filing_method. - Updated deadline generation logic to accommodate new settings affecting VAT and employer declaration deadlines. - Implemented tests for new functionality, ensuring that completed obligations are preserved and not replaced by new pending rows. - Introduced a cron job to backfill missing tax deadlines for companies with settings but no upcoming deadlines. - Updated API routes for generating tax deadlines and handling cron jobs. - Modified database schema to include new columns for tax filing profiles and constraints for filing methods. * fix(invoices): record credit note reconciliation guard * fix(tax): correct automatic deadline settings * fix(tax): key AGI deadline to VAT taxable base and add storforetag payment deadline The 26th filing day for the skattedeklaration (AGI and VAT together) hinges on one statutory measure, a VAT taxable base above SEK 40 million (SFL 26 kap.), not a separate employer turnover. Drop employer_turnover_over_40m and derive the AGI schedule from vat_registered plus vat_taxable_base_over_40m, so a non-VAT-reporting employer is never shown the 26th when its binding date is the 12th. Also: - add a skatteinbetalning deadline row (12th, 17 January) for storforetag, whose deducted tax and employer contributions are due before the 26th filing date - normalize legally incoherent over-40m flag combinations to the earlier small-company schedule in a follow-up migration - replace hardcoded 27 December dates with the banking-day adjustment - extend the 40m help text to cover the SKV-decided early filing election and the payment-still-on-the-12th rule - document the regeneration race repaired by the daily backfill cron Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(migrations): add AGI and VAT filing logic with employer column removal * feat(settings): implement VAT registration logic and update related flags; enhance deadline handling --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(bookkeeping): editable verifikationstext on andringsverifikation (#1035)
The correction header was always built server-side as "Rattelse: <original description>". When the original entry was labelled after the wrong account, the correction kept echoing that stale label even after the user switched to the correct account (follow-up to the line-description fix in #1029). - CorrectJournalEntrySchema gains an optional trimmed description - correctEntry() accepts options.description; blank or absent falls back to the canonical "Rattelse: <original>" auto text - both correct routes (dashboard + v1, which share the schema) thread the description through - CorrectionEntryDialog surfaces an editable verifikationstext field, pre-filled with the auto text; an untouched or cleared prefill is NOT sent, so the server-side fallback stays the source of truth (same only-overwrite-auto-filled principle as #1029) Forward-only: already-posted corrections are immutable per BFL. fix: generate tax deadlines for the installed base + correct 2893 label carryover (#1029)
* fix(bookkeeping): refresh correction line description on account change When editing an ändringsverifikation, CorrectionEntryDialog pre-filled each line's description from the original entry but never re-derived it when the user changed the account, so a description carried over from the old account (e.g. 2393 "Lån från närstående personer, långfristig del") stayed stale on the newly chosen account (e.g. 2893, the kortfristig account). The regular JournalEntryForm already auto-fills on account change; this mirrors it. The refresh is guarded: it only overwrites the description when it is empty or still equals the previously selected account's name, so a memo the user typed themselves is preserved. Logic is extracted into a pure, unit-tested helper. Note: the wrong text on an already-posted correction cannot be repaired (line descriptions of posted verifikat are immutable per BFL / migration 017); this prevents recurrence on future corrections. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): generate tax deadlines for the installed base Automatic tax deadlines only regenerated when a tax-relevant settings field changed value (didTaxFieldsChange). Companies fill those fields once at onboarding, so a later save changed nothing and generated nothing; the annual cron was the only unconditional trigger. As a result only ~5 of ~776 real companies had any system deadlines, and the /deadlines empty state told users to "check the tax settings" that were already complete. - Settings save now also regenerates when the company has zero system deadlines yet (safe first-time backfill; cannot reset is_completed/status). Decision extracted into shouldRegenerateTaxDeadlines() with tests. - The empty-state banner gets a "Generera nu" action wired to the existing /api/tax-deadlines/generate route (previously it had no caller). New sv/en strings. - generateNewYearDeadlines (annual cron) paginates company_settings via fetchAllRows: a plain .select() silently caps at 1000 rows, leaving companies beyond the cap without next-year deadlines. - scripts/backfill-tax-deadlines.ts: one-off that reruns the real generator for non-sandbox companies with zero system deadlines. Known gap (follow-up): moms_period='yearly' has no deadline config, so annual VAT filers get no momsdeklaration deadline yet. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): address review feedback + fix settings-route test - settings/route.ts: fail safe when the system-deadline count query errors. A null count on error was treated as 0, which would trigger a delete+regenerate and reset is_completed/status on a transient failure; now a count error keeps the self-heal off (CodeRabbit, Major). - Update app/api/settings/__tests__/route.test.ts (added on main via the withRouteContext refactor) for the extra deadline-count query and the new shouldRegenerateTaxDeadlines export; add self-heal / no-regen cases. - Soften the "no deadlines created" copy: zero generated rows can also mean no applicable obligations (or the moms_yearly gap), not just incomplete settings (CodeRabbit, Minor).
