feat: restore withSentryConfig build wrapper
Vercel outage resolved — re-enable Sentry build-time integration for source map uploads when SENTRY_AUTH_TOKEN is configured. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
