SIAX platform console kit — the shared customer shell and UI contract: tenant-partitioned browser state, the declarative UiCapabilityManifest, destructive-confirm and async-operation surfaces, honest empty/error/stale/partial/not-run states, sv/en shell locale, expert-view density, plus the canonical identity/scope/session surfaces, status and risk registries (L0–L5), four-eyes approval, notification tray, confirm-to-commit actions, polling, formatting and dependency-free chart primitives shared by every SIAX console and the portal. Built on @siax/ui primitives; every component is keyboard-operable, screen-reader labelled, non-colour-dependent for state and safe to server-render.
