About this package

SIAX Cloud shared build/design config — tsconfig presets (base/next), the Tailwind v4 preset (@theme design tokens as CSS + a TS re-export of the token contract), and shared PostCSS config. Consumed by @siax/ui and apps/console so every surface builds identically (Del 2 §2 packages/config). PUBLISHED alongside @siax/ui: a consumer that installs @siax/ui but not this package gets the token VALUES with no Tailwind utility MAPPING, i.e. unstyled components (docs/architecture/PUBLISHING.md).
