feat(bank-sync): close the F2 report: gap backfill, consent and paused chip states, agent-triggered sync (#2165)
* fix(bank-sync): cron backfills the gap since the last successful sync The daily incremental sync always asked the bank for the last 7 days. Any pause longer than that (a lapsed subscription paid again, a consent renewed after expiry, an outage) silently lost the days in between: the connection came back, looked healthy, and the missing transactions never arrived. The lookback now widens to cover the gap since last_synced_at plus one day of overlap, capped at the 90-day PSD2 limit, and a gap of a month or more asks for strategy=longest like the manual sync route does. Dedup via external_id makes the overlap harmless. First syncs keep their 90-day path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01QdcDV7CngLkWUvfKSsxFhS * feat(bank-sync): chip warns seven days before a bank consent expires The transactions-page chip only reacted once a connection was already dead (expired/error) or had gone stale. A consent that is about to end looked healthy until the morning it stopped syncing. New "expiring" state when a live connection's consent_expires is within seven days, the same threshold as the consent-expiry email in the sync cron. Precedence: attention, expiring, stale, healthy. getChipState moves to lib/transactions/bank-sync-chip-state.ts so the precedence is unit-tested; the component keeps the rendering only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01QdcDV7CngLkWUvfKSsxFhS * feat(bank-sync): chip says paused when the subscription lapsed The daily cron filters connections by the bank_sync capability, so a company whose trial or subscription ended keeps status=active rows with a frozen last_synced_at. The chip read that as "stale, check the connection", which sends the user to re-authorise a connection that is perfectly alive. 56 of 191 active connections on prod were in this state on 2026-09-01. New "paused" state, ranked above everything else, when the company lacks bank_sync: hosted points at billing, self-host at the connector key, the same split BankSyncNowButton already makes. getChipState takes an options object so the clock stays out of render (react-hooks/purity). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01QdcDV7CngLkWUvfKSsxFhS * feat(api): agent-triggerable bank sync in v1 and MCP Closes the first wish in the F2 report: an integration could read bank data but never refresh it. New POST /api/v1/companies/{id}/bank-connections/ {connectionId}/sync and MCP gnubok_sync_bank, both on a shared runner (extensions/general/enable-banking/lib/trigger-sync.ts). Cost is bounded structurally, not by policy: the window is never caller-controlled (the cron's gap-aware 7 to 90 day lookback), a connection synced within 15 minutes answers BANK_SYNC_COOLDOWN with next_allowed_at (429 + Retry-After on v1; synced=false in-band on MCP so the agent reads on instead of retrying), and a failing connection is throttled per process by attempt time. A dead session is flipped to expired with a remediation that hands the user the connect link: no API call revives a consent. Gated on bank_sync like gnubok_connect_bank; scope transactions:write. Registry, scope map, load-routes, spec snapshot and the generated accounted-api skill updated; five BANK_SYNC_* / BANK_SESSION_EXPIRED codes added to the structured-error registry. The web Synka-nu route is left as is (see DECISIONS.md). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01QdcDV7CngLkWUvfKSsxFhS * test(bank-sync): use the options object in the remaining chip-state calls Four multi-line calls still passed the clock positionally after getChipState moved to an options object; tsc flagged them (vitest did not, the extra argument was ignored at runtime). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01QdcDV7CngLkWUvfKSsxFhS * fix(api): address skeptic findings on the agent-triggered bank sync Three refutations from the pre-publish skeptic pass: 1. Core imported the extension. The v1 sync route pulled the runner straight from @/extensions, which the core-build gate rejects and which left a live bank endpoint on zero-extension builds. The route now resolves it through the registry's services channel against a contract in lib/bank-sync/trigger-sync-contract.ts (same pattern as the Skatteverket read service) and answers EXTENSION_DISABLED when the extension is absent. 2. The idempotency cache stored the handler-level 429. A same-key retry after Retry-After, which is the documented retry, replayed the stale cooldown as a 400 for the cache's 24-hour TTL. withApiV1 no longer caches 429 responses; regression test added. The endpoint's pitfall no longer claims Idempotency-Key is mandatory (it was never enforced). 3. Two cron tests read the clock twice and failed whenever a millisecond passed between the reads. They now pin the clock with fake timers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01QdcDV7CngLkWUvfKSsxFhS * fix(bank-sync): durable cooldown lease and review wording Resolves the PR #2165 review findings in one pass. Superagent P1: the attempt throttle was a process-local Map, so two agent calls on different serverless instances (or a retry after a cold start on a failing connection) could each bill an Enable Banking call, contradicting the one-sync-per-15-minutes promise. New bank_connections.sync_lease_until (migration 20260902150000), claimed with one conditional UPDATE before the bank is called; Postgres row locking makes exactly one claimer win, the rest answer BANK_SYNC_COOLDOWN. The lease stays for the full window on success and failure. Tests cover the claim order, a failed attempt seen from a second instance, a lost race, and an expired lease. CodeRabbit: the =1 plural branch now reads "in 1 day" / "om 1 dag" (daysUntilConsentExpiry rounds a partial day up, so "tomorrow" could be today); the cooldown pitfall on the v1 endpoint, the MCP description and the in-band cooldown instruction now say a cooldown can follow a failed attempt and tell the agent to compare last_synced_at before deciding. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0125TMQQBjBBZG9YxP7wQWub * fix(bank-sync): lease claim as a literal filter for the schema guard CI's no-phantom-columns guard counts runtime-built query expressions and its ceiling is exact; the templated `.or('sync_lease_until.is.null,...')` claim added one. The column now defaults to epoch (NOT NULL), so "never claimed" is just "expired long ago" and the atomic claim is a single literal `.lte('sync_lease_until', now)` the guard can check. Migration is unshipped (same PR), so it is edited in place. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0125TMQQBjBBZG9YxP7wQWub * fix(bank-sync): runner verifies company membership before the lease Superagent (round 3): the MCP path reached the shared runner without a membership check of its own. Both callers do enforce it upstream (withApiV1's company resolution and resolveMcpCompanyContext in the MCP dispatcher), but the runner writes transactions and bills a bank call, so it now checks company_members itself, before the cooldown and the lease claim, and answers NOT_FOUND for a non-member. The viewer check that was buried inside the sync block moves up with it. feat(billing): multi-user paywall: multi_user capability, 20-day grace, owner-only dormancy (#2099)
* feat(billing): multi-user seat gate: multi_user capability, 20-day grace, owner-only dormancy Multiple people in one company becomes a paid capability (multi_user, the eighth PAID key). Derived at access time from capability_grants, no status column, no enforcement cron: - entitled: active grant (trial/stripe/team/manual/comp), everyone works - grace: newest grant expired < 20 days ago; countdown banner for everyone in companies with > 1 user; invites still allowed - frozen: only role=owner resolves; other memberships go dormant (rows untouched, paying reactivates instantly); invites 403 with paid-plan upsell Enforcement: new resolve_active_company_gated RPC (zero-arg RPC and RLS twin untouched: they also run on self-hosts, where the gate never bites), gated query fallback for service-role/API-key paths, setActiveCompany guard, MCP company-access check, invite route. Middleware routes all-frozen users to a new /paused page; the switcher greys locked companies. Migration 20260901081417 (applied to staging): trial trigger seeds multi_user, backfills for mid-trial companies, active Stripe subs, team agreements, and a grandfather grant (expires now, i.e. grace = deploy + 20 days) for existing unpaid multi-member companies. Daily cron mails owners at grace start and last day. Strings in sv+en; pg-real + unit tests included. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01L4tNt8wRG3a5iuU1JE2pnP * fix(billing): multi-user seat gate hardening from skeptic review - Stripe cancel now EXPIRES the multi_user stripe grant instead of deleting it: the 20-day grace window hangs on an expired row, so a deleted one froze churned payers' staff instantly with no banner and no mail. Other stripe grants keep the freeze-and-retain delete. - New SECURITY DEFINER company_multi_user_state() RPC (migration 20260901083726, applied to staging) and RPC-first getMultiUserState: capability_grants RLS hides team-scoped rows from non-team users, so user-client reads misread byra-covered companies as frozen (switch refusal, wrong switcher locks). - Byra-kind teams get a standing team-scoped multi_user grant (backfill + teams trigger): byra client companies have no company-scoped trial by design, so a grantless byra team would freeze every consultant and client user. - Comped/manual companies with active PAID-key grants extend to multi_user (a comped company must not read as paying while locking out user two). - /api/v1 gets the same dormancy gate as MCP (frozen non-owner -> 403). - PGRST202 on resolution fails OPEN (pre-migration DB has zero multi_user rows; the gated fallback would have frozen every non-owner mid-deploy). - Grace cron: covers team-scoped lapses (byra agreement ending) and skips the start mail for the hand-mailed grandfather cohort. - Tests updated/added across all touched surfaces; pg tests for the new RPC and byra trigger; trial-suppression pg test extended to 8 keys. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01L4tNt8wRG3a5iuU1JE2pnP * fix(billing): decouple seat-gate env check and fail open on gate read throws CI round 1 on #2099: - isMultiUserEnforced no longer imports has-capability: several route test suites partially mock that module and the vitest mock guard threw from inside the v1 seat gate, turning expected 4xx responses into 500s. multi_user is never a connector capability, so the bypass reduces to the same env reads, now inlined. - getMultiUserState wraps its resolution in a fail-open try/catch: a client without .rpc or a thrown network error must never lock users out. - no-phantom-columns ceiling 391 -> 393 with reasons: the seat gate's .or() scope filter (server-resolved UUIDs) and the Stripe cancel expiry update's timestamp .or(); all columns in both strings are literals. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01L4tNt8wRG3a5iuU1JE2pnP * fix(billing): membership-guard the multi-user entitlement RPCs (Superagent P3) company_multi_user_ok and company_multi_user_state are SECURITY DEFINER and were granted to authenticated with a caller-supplied company UUID: any logged-in user could probe an arbitrary company's billing state and grace deadline across tenants. Migration 20260901091752 (applied to staging) requires an auth.uid() membership in the target company when a JWT is present, keeps service-role/definer contexts unrestricted, and clamps the grace window to [0, 20] days. pg tests: stranger gets false/NULL, member reads normally, oversized p_grace_days cannot widen the probe. feat(entitlements): partition the self-host bypass so connector capabilities fall through to grants; capability_grants.source accepts 'connector' (#1747)
* feat(entitlements): partition the self-host bypass so connector capabilities fall through to grants; capability_grants.source accepts 'connector' Sovereign plan WS3 PR3: ships dark, nothing changes for hosted. - lib/entitlements/keys.ts: CONNECTOR_CAPABILITIES = bank_sync, skatteverket, org_lookup, migration (services Accounted operates that a self-hosted instance cannot provide itself) + isConnectorCapability(). Separate from PAID_CAPABILITIES and outside the trial-seed trigger on purpose: a hosted company can never hold a connector grant. - lib/entitlements/has-capability.ts: isPaywallBypassed() -> isBypassedFor(key). Hosted: byte-identical (dev / DISABLE_PAYWALL bypass, FORCE_PAYWALL wins, else the grant lookup). Self-host: local capabilities always on (FORCE_PAYWALL included, as the existing test demands); connector capabilities behave like hosted, i.e. dev bypass, FORCE_PAYWALL, else the grant lookup where the connector sync will write source='connector' rows. getCompanyEntitlements on a self-host: local paid keys + active connector keys, state 'paid' with an active connector grant else 'none' (never the hosted trial copy). - Migration 20260820122000: capability_grants.source CHECK gains 'connector', found through pg_constraint (the CHECK was declared inline and auto-named; Postgres stores IN as = ANY, matched accordingly). pg-real test: connector accepted, unknown source rejected, upsert on the (scope, key, source) identity, trial seed writes no connector rows. - Tests: self-hosted connector matrix (local all-on without DB, connector gated by grant/expiry, dev bypass all-on, FORCE_PAYWALL gates connector keys only, bulk resolution, entitlements shape); two pre-existing tests that asserted the old "self-host holds connector keys" contract updated to the new one. Verified: full unit suite green, pg-real suite for lib/entitlements green against a local supabase/postgres with every migration applied, lint ratchet, guards. Deferred to the instance-wiring PR: adding the connector extensions to the self-host Docker preset (dead-end upsells until a key can be issued). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(entitlements): fold the self-host branch into the existing grants query One .or(scopeFilter), not two: the duplicated helper pushed the no-phantom-columns unresolvable-expression count to 380/379. Behaviour is unchanged; the self-host matrix tests still pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(entitlements): self-host connector gate honors only source=connector grants The trial-seed trigger (seed_trial_capability_grants) writes 30-day source='trial' rows for bank_sync and skatteverket on every company insert, self-hosts included. The partitioned self-host gate read every active grant, so a fresh self-host company held every connector capability for a month with no connector key (CodeRabbit finding on #1747, verified against migration 20260818170000). hasCapability and getCompanyIdsWithCapability now add .eq('source', 'connector') on a self-host; getCompanyEntitlements skips non-connector rows there. Hosted reads every source exactly as before (covered by a test asserting no source filter is applied). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(entitlements): pin the early-grants wave on the self-host partition, fix stale docstrings Address the review round on the readGrants() merge resolution: - Add two recording-mock tests for getCompanyEntitlements with teamId (the dashboard layout path): on a self-host the early grants read must narrow to the connector keys and carry source = 'connector'; on hosted it reads every paid key with no source filter. The in-loop source check masked a lost narrowing, so this pins the query itself. - Move the getCompanyEntitlements docstring back above the function and replace "Self-hosted holds everything" with the actual partition. - keys.ts: say that lib/connect/instance arrives with stack PR #1748 so a reader on main does not chase a module that is not there yet. - DECISIONS.md: describe the InvoiceInboxWorkspace.tsx merge resolution accurately (set to the #1753 blob origin/main carried at push time, not the merged parent's) and note that stack children must merge this branch forward. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NdxH4DGnggvqHBCmif6B16 * chore(connector): merge origin/main, re-version connector migration to 20260831170000 Migration 20260820122000 predates versions already applied to prod (latest 20260831150000); renamed to keep Supabase branching history monotonic. Test reference updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UzNkSsR18pLFitJdYn8QEb * fix(entitlements): own-credentials seam so self-hosts running their own EB/SKV are never connector-gated Forward-ports the connector-mode seam's own-credentials half from the instance-wiring layer: a self-host with its own Enable Banking or Skatteverket credentials holds that capability outright, exactly like every other local capability. Without this, upgrading an own-credentials self-host silently killed working bank sync and SKV integrations and showed a hosted subscription upsell whose remedy does not exist for a self-host. capability_blocked copy gains a self-host variant naming GNUBOK_CONNECTOR_KEY; stale all-on comments updated at the two gate call sites. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UzNkSsR18pLFitJdYn8QEb * fix(entitlements): route the pending-op capability block through capabilityBlockedError for self-host copy Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UzNkSsR18pLFitJdYn8QEb * fix(entitlements): PR #1747 review batch: connector-grant expiry CHECK, test cleanup, DECISIONS correction - Migration 20260831180000: CHECK (source <> 'connector' OR expires_at IS NOT NULL); connector grants are a short-lived offline cache, a NULL expiry would be a permanent unlock nothing revokes. pg test added. - beforeEach vi.clearAllMocks() in the three entitlements test files. - DECISIONS entry corrected: the trial seed DOES write trial rows for bank_sync/skatteverket; what it never writes is source='connector' or the connector-only keys. fix(mcp): honest tool text and build-derived server version (#1923)
Tool text that lied to agents: - gnubok_create_voucher pointed at gnubok_reverse_entry, which does not exist; the tool is gnubok_reverse_journal_entry. A scan of server.ts, skills/, prompts/ and structured-errors.ts found no other phantom names. - gnubok_reverse_journal_entry said reversal_date defaults to today; the executor passes undefined and reverseEntry() uses the original entry date (same as the dashboard). Description now states that. No behaviour change. - gnubok_get_vacation_balance promised an estimated semesterloneskuld in SEK but returned none. The tool now returns estimated_liability_sek using the same BFNAR 2016:10 day valuation as the year-close and the v1 vacation-balance route (dayValueSek exported from semesterberedning), floored at zero for overdrawn balances. Descriptions trimmed so the tools/list payload stays under the 60.7K-token ceiling (60,696 after). - gnubok_create_invoice said the invoice number is assigned at approval; it is assigned on send or mark-as-sent (ensureInvoiceNumber). - gnubok_convert_invoice: "har redan makuleras" -> "har redan makulerats". - lib/entitlements/keys.ts comment claimed bank_sync has no MCP tool while the map right below gates gnubok_connect_bank on it. Version: MCP serverInfo.version, the extension version and /api/health all hardcoded '1.0.0', so clients could not tell deploys apart. They now share currentAppVersion() (commit SHA prefix inlined at build), resolved once at module load so the definitions layer stays deterministic, with '1.0.0' as the self-hosted fallback so Docker healthchecks keep a value. serverInfo is not part of tools/list, so the catalog payload is unaffected by this part. feat(onboarding): company setup from the conversation and POST /api/v1/companies (#1814 PR 3) (#1864)
* feat(onboarding): company setup from the conversation and POST /api/v1/companies Third PR of agent-first onboarding (#1814). Once connected, the agent can now set up a company end to end without the web wizard, and partner platforms can provision companies over REST. - create_company_for_user: service-role-only SECURITY DEFINER twin of create_company_with_owner taking the owner explicitly (service clients have no auth.uid()). pg-real test covers creation, role gating, unknown owner and foreign team. - lib/company/create-company.ts: the wizard's creation sequence (org number, TIC snapshot, BAS chart, settings, first fiscal period, tax deadlines, rollback) extracted into createCompanyCore; the Server Action delegates to it, behaviour unchanged. - lib/company/onboarding-input.ts: one Zod schema + planner for the agent/API paths; a VAT-registered company without moms_period is refused (a missing period silently yields zero VAT deadlines). - MCP: gnubok_create_company (two-phase: preview, then confirm=true; companies:write, company-independent), gnubok_connect_bank and gnubok_connect_skatteverket (status + the browser link, gated on bank_sync / skatteverket, search-only in the catalog), the "onboarding" skill, and initialize instructions pointing at it. - Consent page pre-ticks companies:write for an account with no company yet, so the setup does not dead-end on insufficient scope after signup. - POST /api/v1/companies (companies:write, dry-run aware) on the same core; scope map, registry, spec snapshot and the generated API skill updated. - tools/list payload ceiling raised 59.95K -> 60.4K for the one new default-catalog tool (documented in the guard). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018wCdzRTatKiDByKB8hCNT6 * fix(onboarding): explicit f_skatt, org number when VAT-registered, EF first year ends 31 Dec Review findings on #1864 (Swedish compliance review): - f_skatt is required, never defaulted to approved (SE-R-005 risk). - org_number is required when vat_registered: the invoice momsregistreringsnummer derives from it (ML 17 kap 24 §). - An enskild firma's first fiscal year must end on 31 December and its start month is forced to 1 even with first_fiscal_year set, mirroring the wizard's own rule text (BFL 3 kap. 1 §). - POST /api/v1/companies no longer claims Idempotency-Key support (the wrapper only honours it on company-scoped routes). - pg-real: createCompanyCore's chart seed runs under the real service_role, which the unit tests could not prove. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018wCdzRTatKiDByKB8hCNT6 * test(pg): starter chart has 41 accounts, assert non-empty The service_role chart-seed proof passed the part that mattered (no 42501 from seed_chart_of_accounts) and failed on a wrong row-count guess: the seeded chart is a curated starter set, not the full BAS list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018wCdzRTatKiDByKB8hCNT6 * fix(migrations): move create_company_for_user to 20260825120000 main gained 20260824170000_bulk_book_transactions_service_actor.sql with the same version while this branch was open; two files on one version abort every Supabase branch apply and the prod auto-apply. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018wCdzRTatKiDByKB8hCNT6 * chore(api): refresh spec snapshot and generated skill after rebasing onto main Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018wCdzRTatKiDByKB8hCNT6 * fix(mcp): flat create_company result, refuse localhost connect links, test hygiene CodeRabbit on #1864: the confirmed-create result was wrapped in the { data, next } envelope while its outputSchema promised top-level fields; it now returns the fields with next as a sibling. The two connect-link tools refuse to build a link when NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL is unset instead of handing a remote user a localhost URL. Tests clear mocks and the event bus in beforeEach. Not changed: the rollback already survives user_preferences.active_company_id (that FK is ON DELETE SET NULL since 20260331010000), and v1 error details stay in the surface's English developer convention. feat(invoicing): opt-in invoice email from the company's own sending domain (#1802)
* feat(invoicing): opt-in invoice email from the company's own sending domain Companies holding the custom_sender_domain capability grant can register their own domain (Resend sending-only profile), publish DKIM/SPF, and once verified every invoice email (send, reminders, recurring, payment confirmation, MCP/v1 sends) leaves as "<name> <faktura@their-domain>" instead of the platform sender. Reply-To is unchanged. - New table company_sending_domains (RLS: members read, owner/admin write; audit trigger), types, archive-export classification. - New capability key custom_sender_domain: manually granted per company, deliberately outside PAID_CAPABILITIES (never trial-seeded, never written by the Stripe sync). Without the grant the settings section is hidden and nothing changes. - Email extension: sending-domain routes (GET/POST/PATCH/DELETE, verify), Resend domain lifecycle without orphan adoption, domain.updated handling on the delivery webhook, explicit From support in the Resend adapter. - Core resolveInvoiceSender(): verified + enabled + entitled, else the platform sender; never throws. - Settings -> Invoicing: "Avsändare vid fakturautskick" section (sv/en). - Unit tests for the resolver, domain helpers, routes, From header; pg-real test for RLS and constraints. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoicing): harden sending-domain writes, sender fallback, review findings Skeptic refutations: - Tenant JWTs could insert/update company_sending_domains with status = 'verified' and an arbitrary domain through PostgREST (RLS only checked membership), then send invoice mail as that domain. New migration 20260822130000 adds a BEFORE trigger: tenants may only open a pending claim and edit sender_local_part/sender_name/enabled; domain and verification state are service-role only. claim/verify helpers now take a service-role writer for those columns; the route's RLS client still does the insert. - A company domain Resend later rejects made every invoice send fail: the Resend adapter retries once as the platform sender when an explicit company From is rejected (nothing was sent, so no double send). Review findings: - domain.updated webhook: discriminated outcome; DB errors answer 500 so Svix retries, unknown domains are acknowledged. - Display names are RFC 5322-quoted only when they carry specials. - Sender local part is a strict dot-atom (no trailing/consecutive dots), in code and in the CHECK constraint; resend_domain_id index is UNIQUE. - IME composition guard on the claim input; event bus reset in tests; settings section skips its request for non-admins. Deferred (needs a product call): persisting the effective From address in the invoice delivery log touches the hardened evidence triggers; recorded in DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoicing): bind sending-domain verification to the claimed domain; fix pg test Skeptic re-check found a TOCTOU: during the claim's Resend round-trip a tenant could delete and re-insert its pending row under the same id with a reserved domain, and the service-role writer updated by id alone. Now: - the claim's verification-state write filters on (id, company_id, domain, resend_domain_id IS NULL) and rolls back on zero rows; - verify and the domain.updated webhook compare Resend's domain name with the row before writing verified; - resolveInvoiceSender refuses reserved platform domains and non-hostnames at send time (reserved-domain logic moved to lib/email/domain-name.ts and shared with the claim validator). pg-real: the case-insensitive uniqueness assertion now expects the domain_shape CHECK (lowercase enforced) for an uppercase variant and the unique index for a same-case duplicate. feat(shopify): Shopify order/refund feed into the transactions inbox (#1474)
* feat(shopify): Shopify order/refund feed into the transactions inbox
New extensions/general/shopify feed extension, modeled on the WooCommerce
feed: connect a Shopify store with Dev Dashboard custom-app client
credentials (client credentials grant, ~24h tokens, never stored), then a
nightly cron + manual sync imports paid orders and refunds via the GraphQL
Admin API (pinned 2026-07) into the transactions inbox on clearing account
1584. Feed-only: nothing auto-books. Zero PII fields are queried, keeping
the app outside Shopify's protected customer data program.
- shopify_connections migration (RLS, revoke-never-delete, encrypted
client id/secret) + shopify_sync capability and bank_sync-mirrored
backfill
- frozen external_id scheme shopify_{shop_domain}_order|refund_{id},
scoped on the shop domain so reconnects never re-import
- cursor sync on updated_at windows with 24h overlap, lock-date drop at
map time, ingest-failure cursor floor, deadline stop-and-resume,
revoked-credential flip
- /import card + settings panel, sv/en i18n, cron 03:15 in vercel.json +
regenerated Docker crontabs, logo, events, panel registry
- 65 unit tests + pg-real RLS test; extensions.schema.json enum also
gains the missing stripe entry (pre-existing drift)
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(shopify): review findings from PR 1474
- token exchange: a 429 that survives every retry is throttling, not a
credential failure; stop remapping retryable 4xx to 401 so sustained
throttling can no longer flip the connection to revoked and delete the
stored credentials (CodeRabbit critical)
- order sync: advance a scanned-through watermark (run start, capped by
the failure floor) after a fully-listed window, so empty first runs and
quiet stores rotate to the back of the cron's oldest-first selection
instead of permanently occupying the 50-connection batch (CodeRabbit
major, starvation)
- add handler-level tests for the orders cron route (auth 401, disabled
503, unconfigured no-op, query failure, capability skip, happy path,
per-connection failure isolation, revoked marking)
- add 401 tests for /sync, /transaction-sync and /disconnect; pin the
cursor floor rule with a two-order page; stub the encryption key via
vi.stubEnv
- note in the panel description (sv/en) that orders can mix VAT rates and
must be split at booking (Swedish review advisory)
- DECISIONS.md: wrap underscore identifiers in backticks (MD037)

feat(woocommerce): store order/refund feed extension (#1442)
* feat(woocommerce): store order/refund feed extension Connect a WooCommerce store via the wc-auth key handshake (manual key fallback) with per-store consumer key/secret AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest, and import paid orders and refunds into the transactions inbox as a bank-style feed on the 1680 cash account. Feed-only: nothing auto-books, gateway fees/payouts are out of scope (core wc/v3 does not expose them). Sync is cursor-paginated on modified_after (offset pages only inside same-second date_modified ties), terminates on an empty page, holds the cursor below failed refund fetches / ingest errors / deadline-skipped work, checks the time budget between refund fetches, and drops rows dated on or before bookkeeping_locked_through on every run. Nightly cron gated on the extension registry + new paid capability woocommerce_sync (backfilled to existing bank_sync grant holders). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): move woocommerce migrations past main's 20260806090000 origin/main gained 20260806090000_recurring_schedule_interval_months while this branch was in flight; identical version timestamps abort the Supabase apply, so the two new migrations move to 20260806170000/20260806170100. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(woocommerce): resolve CodeRabbit review findings - callback 503s early when WOOCOMMERCE_CREDENTIALS_ENCRYPTION_KEY is unset: encryptCredential would otherwise throw after the probe and strand the pending row without error_message - disconnect and upstream-revoke clear the encrypted consumer key/secret: nothing reads them after revoke and keeping decryptable dead credentials is unnecessary retention - manual sync gets a 240s time budget and the panel reports a truncated run as 'partial, sync again' instead of a normal completion - listOrderRefunds terminates on an empty batch (hosts may cap per_page), dedupes by id against hosts that ignore page, and caps total pages - unparseable money strings count as errors and log instead of being silently identical to a zero total - pg test uses per-run unique store URLs so committed rows cannot hit the store_url partial unique index across pg-real runs Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(woocommerce): resolve CodeRabbit cycle-2 findings - listOrderRefunds throws when the page cap is exhausted with data still flowing, instead of returning a silently partial list the sync cursor would advance past; the error routes into the existing held-cursor refund-retry path - partial sync results keep the row-error count, and the partial toast string surfaces it (ICU plural, hidden at zero) in both locales Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: retrigger CI after dropped push event Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(mcp): model-free document upload via signed URL (#1378)
* feat(mcp): model-free document upload via signed URL (#748) Adds gnubok_create_document_upload + gnubok_complete_document_upload so document bytes reach storage through a short-lived signed PUT URL and never pass through the model context. Fixes silent base64 corruption on real-size PDFs and the context blowup on batch uploads. - pending/ staage keys with TTL cleanup; completion validates magic bytes + SHA-256, moves bytes to the WORM key and adopts the reserved UUID as document id, making retries and concurrent completions idempotent - legacy gnubok_upload_document kept for clients without file access, description now points to the signed-URL pair; shared mime resolution and inbox-item creation extracted - both new tools mapped in TOOL_SCOPE_MAP (transactions:write) and MCP_TOOL_CAPABILITY_MAP (ai) so the paywall and scope gates hold - payload guard ceiling 58.5K to 59K after trimming the create tool's outputSchema to upload_id/upload_url/expires_at Fixes #748 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): satisfy capability-map lock and phantom-column scanner The exact-entries lock in capability-maps.test.ts now includes the signed-URL pair as dispatch-only AI tools, and the inbox insert uses a literal payload (explicit UUID instead of a conditional spread) so the no-phantom-columns scanner can resolve every column. Add/stripe skv (#1004)
* fix(salary): align pain.001 salary file with the Swedish domestic bank dialect Verified against the Swedish Common Interpretation of ISO 20022 (Bankforeningen, Common Payment Types in Sweden, Appendix 1 Example 4: Salaries) and Nordea Corporate Access pain.001 examples v2.6 (2026-06-22), and XSD-validated against the official pain.001.001.03 schema: - drop SvcLvl SEPA (SEPA credit transfers are EUR-only; omitting SvcLvl gets the domestic NURG default) - drop RmtInf (not allowed for SALA salary payments; the beneficiary statement text comes from the Dataclearing LON code) - address employees domestically: clearing as CdtrAgt ClrSysMmbId SESBA, account WITHOUT clearing as CdtrAcct Othr with SchmeNm BBAN - share the clearing/account split (Swedbank 5-digit shift, Nordea personkonto prefix dedup) between the LB and pain.001 generators via splitDomesticBankAccount, fixing pain.001 duplicating the personkonto clearing - clamp MsgId/PmtInfId/InstrId/EndToEndId to Max35Text with the per-tx counter surviving truncation; carry the org number on Dbtr - return 400 from the pain001 route on an invalid clearing instead of emitting a broken file Also includes two unrelated decision-log lines from the parallel revisor-review session (DECISIONS.md is a shared append-only log). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav): surface the year-end chain in the sidebar Add Periodiseringar, Arsredovisning (aktiebolag only) and Inkomstdeklaration (INK2 for AB, NE-bilaga for EF) to the Skatt & bokslut group, in workflow order. Entity gating via a new entityOnly flag on NavItem; isActive carve-outs extended so exactly one row lights up for the new routes. Driven by an external revisor review that concluded these features did not exist because none of them were reachable from the nav. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): Stripe Connect integration behind config gate Connect OAuth per company (only the acct_ id is stored), automatic single-use Payment Links on invoice send, deterministic payment settlement against 1686 (BAS moved acquirer receivables 1580 -> 1686), payout booking with reverse-charge fees (6570 + 4535/4598 + 2645/2614), and a 15-minute sync cron. Non-deterministic events land as needs_review, never guessed at. Fully dark without STRIPE_CONNECT_CLIENT_ID: connect returns 503, the send hook and cron no-op, and the settings page shows 'Kommer snart' (hosted) until the Connect platform is verified. Self-hosted keeps the honest not-configured message. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): add shared completeTaxDeadline and fix dead AGI deadline auto-complete generate-declaration.ts has updated non-existent columns (type/period/ status) since inception, so the arbetsgivardeklaration deadline was never auto-completed. Replace with a shared helper targeting the real schema (tax_deadline_type/tax_period/is_completed), also used by the kvittens crons and moms handlers in the follow-up commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(rot-rut): import Skatteverket beslutsfil and record decisions on payout requests Parse the beslutsfil JSON from Skatteverkets rot/rut e-tjanst and record godkant belopp on the matching begaran: matched by stored skv_referensnummer first, then exact name among active undecided requests; arenden by fakturanummer then personnummer, exactly-one or the beslut errors (all-or-nothing). Never auto-settles: recording the beslut and booking the payout are separate acts. Exposed as an API route and the gnubok_import_rot_rut_beslut MCP tool. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): system auth for background reads, one-click VAT submit, kvittens notifications Hybrid auth program: system CCG (org certificate) for background reads while personal BankID stays for interactive submissions, since SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 min and crons structurally cannot run on them. All system-auth code sits behind SKATTEVERKET_SYSTEM_AUTH_MODE (default off) with a stub transport until the Expisoft cert and CCG avtal land; auth resolution is centralized in resolve-auth.ts. Also in this change: - One-click VAT submit chaining kontrollera -> utkast -> las server-side with a stage discriminator; step-by-step buttons demoted to the overflow menu. - Kvittens crons (AGI + new VAT schedule) with email-only notifications, deduped in notification_log under the new skv_kvittens type. - Ombud grant probe + verification UI in the connect panel, and a dashboard promo card for unconnected companies. - skatteverket_company_connections table with pg-real coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): auto-settle AGI tax payment from skattekonto and surface SKV reconnect on the tax card The "Skatt att betala" card only cleared via the manual mark-paid button on the run detail page; the promised automatic flip from the Skattekonto sync was never implemented, so paid periods stayed red. - settleAgiTaxPayments: during every skattekonto sync, a booked "Arbetsgivardeklaration YYYYMM" debit row settles the matching agi_declarations.tax_paid_at, but only when the amount equals the declared total to the ore and the account is not in deficit (deterministic; drift or deficit falls back to manual). - Salary overview card: reconnect hint when the SKV token needs re-consent (link to /settings/tax, silent when the extension is off), plus an inline "Markera som betald" button reusing the existing endpoint and salary_payments strings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add cloud backup scheduling and alerting features - Implement unit tests for scheduling logic in `schedule.test.ts`, covering various scenarios for determining if a backup schedule is due. - Create a new module `backup-alert.ts` to handle failure alerts for cloud backup auto-sync, including email notifications for reauthentication and repeated failures. - Introduce `schedule.ts` to manage scheduling logic, including handling local time zones and converting between local and UTC hours. - Add CSV report generation functions in `archive-csv.ts` for trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and general ledger, ensuring compatibility with Swedish Excel formats. - Create a README generator for the archive structure in `archive-readme.ts`, providing clear documentation for users accessing backup files. - Implement tests for CSV report generation in `archive-csv.test.ts`, ensuring correct formatting and content. - Establish a full-archive coverage contract test in `full-archive-coverage.pg.test.ts` to ensure all company-scoped tables are properly classified for backup. * fix(stripe): correct invoice clearing reference and improve type safety in sync logic * fix(invoices): narrow accountingMethod before resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType settleInvoicePayment takes accountingMethod as a raw settings string, but resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType requires the 'accrual' | 'cash' union. Normalize at the call site (anything but 'cash' books as accrual), matching the existing useCashEntry semantics. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address CodeRabbit review findings and nitpicks on PR #1004 Review findings: - backup settings redirect: always force view=export over incoming params - AGI/VAT kvittens crons: isolate best-effort post-submit calls, check the signed-state persist error, guard recovery calls in catch blocks so one company cannot abort the rest; surface grant_revoked in the run summary - kvittens notifications: atomic claim-first dedup with a partial unique index; map non-uuid reference keys to deterministic uuids - grant probe: record the actual 2xx status; mTLS transport: handle response-stream errors - stripe: amount-aware idempotency keys for payment links; emit stripe.disconnected on upstream revocations - ROT/RUT beslut import: mutate in-memory request state after apply, move item + header writes into an atomic apply_rot_rut_beslut RPC, add rot_rut_payout to JournalEntrySourceTypeSchema - migrations: use NOT VALID + VALIDATE CONSTRAINT for CHECK constraints on journal_entries, notification_log and rot_rut_payout_requests - cloud backup: hour_utc-only schedule updates clear stale hour_local Nitpicks: - stripe sync: enforce the cron time budget inside per-connection event processing with idempotent cursor progress; maybeSingle for settings; honest partial-customer DTO shared with the settlement boundary - shared applyPaymentLinkToInvoice helper for both invoice send routes, v1 docblock documents step 6b and PAYMENT_LINK_FAILED - settings panel: drop redundant decodeURIComponent - cloud backup: document worst-case archive memory headroom Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(entitlements): gate the AI-only invoice-inbox for non-payers (#924)
The Dokumentinkorg (invoice-inbox) leaked past the paywall: visible in the sidebar, command palette, and home "Att gora" list, its page directly reachable, and every non-AI HTTP route open. Its whole value is AI field extraction (Claude Sonnet 4.6 via Bedrock), already the paid chokepoint elsewhere, so gate the whole surface on CAPABILITY.ai. - EXTENSION_REQUIRED_CAPABILITY map + resolvers (keys.ts, sectors.ts) as the single source the nav item, the page, and the API dispatcher all read. - Hide the sidebar item, command-palette entry, and home inbox row for non-payers; subtract inbox_document from the "Att gora" total via one shared visibleWorklistTotal helper (KPI tile + header cannot drift), clamped to >= 0. - Block the /e/[sector]/[slug] page (fail-closed) with an upsell EmptyState. - Enforce the capability in the extension API dispatcher (the single chokepoint that already enforces MFA), so every company-context inbox route 403s. The skipAuth /inbound webhook stays open (freeze-and-retain). - FORCE_PAYWALL=true override so the real gate is exercisable in local dev. - Tests: gating resolver, FORCE_PAYWALL, dispatcher 403/allow/webhook-exempt, visibleWorklistTotal, and enable-banking /connect + /sync 403. style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(entitlements): gate paid AI document OCR server-side (free-tier leak) (#852)
* fix(entitlements): gate paid AI document OCR server-side (free-tier leak) Free/manual-tier companies could trigger paid Bedrock OCR (extractInvoiceFields) with no `ai` capability check, on every transport: - invoice-inbox HTTP paths — /upload + email /inbound (shared uploadAndExtract), /items/:id/attach-document, /items/:id/retry-extraction (4 call sites, zero capability refs); - the gnubok_upload_document MCP tool — absent from MCP_TOOL_CAPABILITY_MAP, so a free-tier API key (incl. the claude.ai connector's minted gnubok_sk_ key) got unlimited AI extraction. This disproved the keys.ts "no MCP tool invokes AI" comment. Fix (money-blocker for the free/paid tier cutover): - Gate the 3 inbox call sites on hasCapability(CAPABILITY.ai). Upload + attach degrade gracefully (document still stored; extraction skipped with reason `no_ai_entitlement`, highest priority in the existing skipReason chain). Retry is an explicit "run AI now" action, so it hard-blocks with 403 capabilityBlockedResponse. - Register gnubok_upload_document -> CAPABILITY.ai in MCP_TOOL_CAPABILITY_MAP; the dispatcher already enforces the map. Correct the stale keys.ts comment and the misleading "deterministic field extraction" tool description + manifest copy (the extension migrated regex -> AI OCR). Tests: no-AI upload/attach skip + retry 403 (sandbox-skip-extraction), retry 403 (retry-extraction), and the MCP map contract + refined dispatch<->commit parity (capability-maps: upload_document is dispatch-only, no commit counterpart). Self-hosted stays all-on (hasCapability short-circuits). No migration. Follow-up (not in scope): capability-blind DashboardNav (free/paid rails identical) and /chat gated on isVerified not `ai` — see dev_docs/nav_ia_redesign.md Part 4. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(mcp): assert gnubok_upload_document is ai-gated at dispatch The gnubok_upload_document handler runs extractInvoiceFields (Bedrock OCR) inline rather than through the entitlement-gated uploadAndExtract, so the central MCP_TOOL_CAPABILITY_MAP dispatch check is the only paywall on that transport. Lock it with a test (flagged by PR review as an untested money path) so a free-tier connector key can never reach paid OCR. fix(entitlements): gate paid MCP tools (send_invoice/agi_submit/vat_declaration_submit) server-side (#846)
The HTTP routes call requireCapability at every paid chokepoint, but the MCP/agent path bypassed the paywall entirely: the three external-service tools stage operations whose commit calls the email / Skatteverket services directly, with no capability check. After the 2026-07-07 trial cutover a trial-connected non-payer using the gnubok MCP connector could still send invoice emails and file AGI/VAT. Close the gap with two layers, mirroring the existing TOOL_SCOPE_MAP gate: - Dispatch gate (mcp-server/server.ts): MCP_TOOL_CAPABILITY_MAP, checked right after the scope check, blocks a non-entitled company before any pending op is staged. Emits errorKind='capability_denied' telemetry. - Commit-time gate (commitPendingOperation): PAID_OPERATION_CAPABILITY_MAP, checked before the atomic claim. The real external-service chokepoint — applies to the MCP approve tool AND the UI approval path, and closes the trial-connected-token window (the grant has expired by commit time). A blocked op stays 'pending', so it is re-approvable once the company subscribes. Adds a transport-free capabilityBlockedError() helper (shared bilingual copy) and locks both maps with tests (maps, dispatch gate, commit gate). Only the three write/submit tools are gated; SKV read/local tools stay free per the statutory carve-out. No DB/migration change; self-hosted stays all-on. feat(entitlements): per-company capability paywall — gate, trial seeding, UI upsells, Stripe checkout (#815)
* feat(entitlements): capability-grant gate substrate (paywall + modularity) Two-axis capability primitive behind the SaaS paywall and the per-tenant modularity/marketplace vision: - migration: capability_grants (entitlement axis, polymorphic company/firm scope), company_capability_config (enablement axis), metered_events (append-only), company_has_capability() RPC reusing the 20260619130100 tenant guard; SELECT-only RLS (writes service-role only, no self-grant). - lib/entitlements: hasCapability/requireCapability gate (mirrors guardSandbox, fail-closed, NEXT_PUBLIC_SELF_HOSTED bypass), capability key namespace, metering helper. - unit (11) + pg-real tests (RPC/RLS/tenant-guard incl. no-self-grant). Gate not yet wired into call sites (follow-up commit). Paid keys: ai, bank_sync, skatteverket, email_send. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(entitlements): enforce capability gate at paid external-service chokepoints Wire the gate into the paid surfaces (keys: ai, email_send, bank_sync, skatteverket): - AI routes (agent invoke/composer/onboarding stream): requireCapability(ai) - Invoice send (web + v1): requireCapability(email_send) - document-extraction event handler: skip Bedrock extract if ai not entitled - enable-banking + skatteverket crons: per-company hasCapability skip in loop - colocated send-route test mocks updated (requireCapability -> null) Free per founder decision: TIC org lookup, VIES VAT validation, FX auto-fetch, cloud backup, BankID login, all internal bookkeeping. DEPLOY ORDER: fail-closed by design — do NOT deploy before trial/comp grant seeding lands, or companies without grants lose these features. Seeding + Stripe checkout/webhook are the next steps. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(entitlements): seed trial + comp capability grants Makes the fail-closed gate safely deployable — nobody is locked out at cutover: - AFTER INSERT trigger on companies grants every NEW company a 30-day trial on the PAID keys (ai, bank_sync, skatteverket, email_send), on ALL creation paths (RPC/MCP/direct) — so a new signup can use onboarding AI immediately. - one-time backfill for EXISTING companies: created <=2026-06-07 -> trial ends 2026-07-07; created later -> created_at + 30 days. - permanent comp grants for Arcim/Mattsson (matched by name, no hardcoded UUIDs). - pg tests: clearGrants() for controlled resolver tests + trigger coverage. Trigger fn is SECURITY DEFINER so it writes grants regardless of caller RLS (table has no INSERT policy for authenticated — no self-grant). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(entitlements): client capability visibility + billing page Non-payers get a clean upsell instead of broken/empty features: - CompanyContext gains capabilities[] + useCapability(key); resolved once server-side in the dashboard layout via getCompanyCapabilities (batched, 2 queries), all three provider branches wired. - /settings/billing upgrade page — the destination upsells point to (Stripe Payment Link via NEXT_PUBLIC_STRIPE_PAYMENT_LINK; degrades to 'coming soon' until automated checkout lands). - ChatEmptyState: non-payer sees an Uppgradera CTA (mirrors the sandbox state). - SendInvoiceDialog: email send disabled + upsell note when email_send missing (extends the existing sandbox-disable pattern). Fast-follow: chat input/FAB + document-inbox empty state + bank/skatteverket/ AI-suggest buttons + a shared capability_blocked->toast backstop. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(entitlements): gate remaining paid UI surfaces with upsell (fast-follow) disable-with-upsell across the rest of the paid surfaces (keys: bank_sync, skatteverket, ai): - BankSyncNowButton: sync/reconnect disabled + note when !bank_sync (CSV/SIE stays free) - AGIPanel: AGI submit-to-Skatteverket disabled + note when !skatteverket - SkatteverketConnectPanel: BankID connect/reconnect disabled + upsell - ApprovalCard: AI re-propose (correction) gated; manual approve/reject stay free - InvoiceInboxWorkspace: upsell when extraction empty AND !ai (deterministic parse + manual entry unaffected) - AgentTrigger FAB: routes to /settings/billing when !ai (no dead chat) - settings nav: 'Abonnemang'/'Subscription' link to /settings/billing (sv/en) TaxPaymentPanel + TransactionInboxCard intentionally untouched — only local/ deterministic actions there, nothing paid+external to gate. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(entitlements): automated Stripe subscription checkout + webhook Self-serve revenue wired to the same capability-grant primitive: - migration: company_subscriptions (company<->Stripe link/status) + stripe_webhook_events (idempotency) - lib/stripe: getStripe singleton, plan->price mapping, subscription-sync (statusGrantsAccess / subscriptionToState / applySubscriptionState / handleStripeEvent). Active sub -> upsert source='stripe' grants for PAID keys (expiry = period_end + 3d grace); canceled/unpaid -> remove ONLY stripe grants (freeze-and-retain). - routes: POST /api/billing/checkout (hosted subscription Checkout, company_id metadata), POST /api/billing/portal (Customer Portal), POST /api/stripe/webhook (raw-body signature verify, event-id dedup; handles checkout.session.completed + customer.subscription.*) - billing page: real plan-toggle Checkout CTA / manage-subscription portal, gated on isStripeConfigured() - adds stripe@22; unit tests for sync logic Provisioning is webhook-driven (never trusts the success redirect). Needs env: STRIPE_SECRET_KEY, STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET, STRIPE_PRICE_MONTHLY, STRIPE_PRICE_YEARLY. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(entitlements): validate UUIDs in capability filter + log webhook errors Addresses PR review (Superagent Security / PR Agent): - has-capability.ts: validate companyId/teamId as UUIDs before interpolating into the PostgREST .or() filter (fail-closed) — removes the latent injection vector flagged in the entitlement gate. Unit tests updated to use UUIDs. - stripe/webhook: log processing failures with event id + type before the generic 500, so a failing webhook is visible to operators. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): always-free AGI XML download for manual filing; only direct API submit is paid Per founder decision on the swedish-compliance-review finding: AGI is a mandatory statutory filing, so producing/downloading the AGI XML must never be paywalled. Adds a free 'Ladda ner AGI-fil' button (generates + downloads the XML for manual upload to Skatteverket's e-service) on all tiers; the gated 'Skicka in underlag' stays the paid convenience (direct API submission — which also requires the paid BankID connection). Upsell reworded to point to the manual path. Now match by org_number (5595386219 / 5595719864) OR case-insensitive name, active companies only — hits exactly the 3 active comp companies, excludes archived dupes and the unrelated 'Amnäs Mattsson, Emil' enskild firma.
