fix: remove withSentryConfig build wrapper to unblock Vercel deploys
Sentry runtime capture still works via instrumentation.ts. The build-time wrapper can be re-added once SENTRY_ORG/PROJECT/AUTH_TOKEN are set on Vercel. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
