fix(transactions): reconcile #1105's lifted source filter with the account picker (#1134)

The history view now takes the shared, persisted source filter as props (main's design), with the page narrowing per-account selections to the bank bucket for the history split. Removes the duplicate local type/state left by the rebase. Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
