Adds the missing 0pt analytics read plane: a FastAPI service that serves the BI-P068 operation paths under /api/0pt/analytics, verifies Keycloak portal tokens (tenant_id + azp), queries ClickHouse opt_analytics, and ingests AUD0 audit events idempotently. Deployed live on server6 (port 8096) with 50k events; health 200, datasets/metrics/query 200. Includes Dockerfile, README and 3 tests.
