feat(data-os): P0 capability layer — source registry, search, quality, dataset versions, metadata, analytics, features, ER

- Source Registry (§10): rights/license/purpose metadata, provenance,
  freshness SLA, health checks, describe/query; purpose gate FAILS CLOSED
  (no rights record => deny); cross-tenant probes => NOT_FOUND.
- Search (§10/§42): OpenSearch REST adapter (no SDK) + SearchService with
  MANDATORY tenant + purpose/rights filtering, versioned index definitions,
  bulk, generation-per-rebuild (opt-{name}--g{n}) with atomic alias cutover,
  rollback, failed-rebuild generation discard. OpenSearch never canonical.
- Quality (§10): versioned rule registry (GE-JSON interchange), local
  engine for the GE core subset (never silently passes unsupported types),
  runs/results/issues/score/trend, whole-run delegation to the GE backend
  via N0D (0pt.quality.ge_run) - never fabricated results.
- Dataset (§10/§5/§53): immutable numbered versions holding canonical
  st0re:artifact refs only, idempotent createVersion, export registers the
  ST0RE artifact + AUD0 evidence + OpenLineage.
- Metadata (§10): OpenMetadata PUT /api/v1/tables projection adapter +
  projectAll rebuild path; projection never canonical.
- Analytics (§10): ClickHouse HTTP adapter, closed metric-query DSL with
  FORCED tenant predicate + readonly/max_execution_time/max_result_rows,
  TTL retention. Zero connection to b0ts/quarantined pipelines.
- Features (§10): versioned feature-view registry, real Feast
  get-online-features adapter, materialize/get-historical as N0D delegation.
- ER (§10): generic candidate API with deterministic blocking + transparent
  scoring + per-field explanations, product hard-rule hook (force both
  directions), review-band handoff, Splink batch via N0D contract.

93 new unit/contract tests; suite 248 passed / 1 skipped.

* ======================================
* ClickHouse-backed Analytics capability (Master-DoD §10 Analytics:
* ClickHouse, tenant isolation, dataset/event ingest, query limits, metric
* query capability, retention).
*
* LEGAL BOUNDARY (absolute): this module is a GENERIC analytics adapter for
* 0pt capability events/dataset metrics. It has NO connection to, and MUST
* NEVER be pointed at, the b0ts ClickHouse pipelines (Ratsit/person-PII —
* separate legal case) or any quarantined market='sverige'/'norge' market
* data (written DPIA prohibition). Nothing here reads services/scrapers/*.
*
* Tenant isolation model:
* - every table carries a `tenant_id` column;
* - EVERY query built by this service injects `tenant_id = {tenant}` as a
* parameterized predicate — callers cannot omit it;
* - callers NEVER pass raw SQL: the query surface is a closed metric-query
* DSL (metric + optional group-by + time range) compiled here, which is
* what makes the injection guarantee enforceable.
*
* Query limits (§10): every SELECT runs with readonly=1,
* max_execution_time, max_result_rows — enforced via ClickHouse settings on
* the HTTP interface.
*
* Retention: tables are created WITH TTL (event_time + INTERVAL n DAY).

* ====================================
* Generic Entity Resolution capability (Master-DoD §10 Entity Resolution:
* candidate API, generic probability, blocking, explanation, product
* hard-rule hook, human review handoff).
*
* Division of labour, stated plainly:
* - THIS service is the GENERIC candidate API: deterministic blocking +
* a transparent similarity scorer (token Jaccard + normalized Levenshtein)
* producing an explainable per-pair score. It is the reference
* implementation and the contract.
* - HEAVY/statistical ER (Splink probabilistic linkage, §11 ER) is
* 0pt-motor's job — `submitBatchResolution` creates the N0D job
* ("0pt.er.batch_resolution") and never fakes its output.
* - PRODUCTS own domain judgement via the HARD-RULE HOOK: e.g. VehIQ
* registers VIN-equality rules that FORCE match/non-match regardless of
* the generic score (Master-DoD §24 "VIN hard rules ... negative
* identity evidence"). Hard rules always win over probabilities.
* - Pairs in the configurable "review band" are handed off to humans
* (status pending_review) — never auto-merged.
*
* GENERIC means GENERIC: no person-matching logic, no Ratsit/PII pipelines —
* records are opaque field maps supplied by the calling product under its
* own legal basis; this module implements comparison mechanics only.

* The GE delegation contract (§11 DQ): job_type "0pt.quality.ge_run" with the

* =============================
* Types for 0pt's Data Quality capability (Master-DoD §10 Data quality:
* rule registry, runs, results, issues, scores, trend, rule versioning,
* product-supplied rules).
*
* IMPORTANT HISTORY: this repo once carried FABRICATED claims that a
* quality-check service existed (see CLAUDE.md + docs/P0_DATASET_QUALITY_FLOW.md,
* which is the explicit target spec). THIS module is the first real
* implementation — anything it cannot do is stated, not implied.
*
* Expectations are serialized in Great Expectations' canonical JSON shape
* (`expectation_type` + `kwargs`) so a rule authored here can be executed
* verbatim by a GE backend (0pt-motor's Python engine, Master-DoD §11 DQ)
* AND by the local TypeScript engine for the supported core subset. The GE
* suite is the interchange format; the local engine is honest about which
* expectation types it supports (unsupported ⇒ must delegate, never fake).

* search.query -> query (tenant + purpose/rights filtering ENFORCED)
* search.rebuild -> rebuild (new generation, bulk load, validate)
* search.alias.switch -> switchGeneration (atomic alias cutover)
*
* Non-negotiables encoded here:
* - OpenSearch is NEVER canonical truth (§42): a rebuild takes a caller-
* supplied `DocumentSource` (an async iterator over canonical data) and
* can rebuild any index from an empty cluster. Deleting every index
* loses nothing canonical.
* - Tenant filter is applied by THIS service on every query — a caller
* cannot opt out; a missing tenant_id is INVALID_REQUEST (§31).
* - Purpose/rights filtering (§10): every document carries purpose_tags +
* rights_tags (mandatory on the envelope); every query names its purpose
* and gets only documents tagged for it. Documents with an EMPTY
* purpose_tags list are never returnable — fail closed.
* - Generation switch: physical indices are `opt-{name}--g{n}`; the alias
* `opt-{name}` points at exactly one generation; cutover is atomic
* (§42 generation isolation + cutover).
*
* Lineage: every completed rebuild emits an OpenLineage COMPLETE run to AUD0
* (inputs: the document source name; outputs: the physical index).

* The P0 Source Registry capability surface (Master-DoD §10):
*
* source.register -> delegates to SourceService.createSource (owner of
* 0pt.source.schema.v1) + optional rights/provenance
* source.query -> listSources + rights/purpose filtering
* source.describe -> full SourceDescriptor (base + rights + provenance
* + health + freshness + rate policy)
* source.health -> record + aggregate health observations
* source.rate-policy -> already owned by SourceRatePolicyService; composed
*
* Tenant isolation: every read path REQUIRES a tenant_id and filters on it —
* a source registered by tenant A is invisible to tenant B (tested in
* tests/p0/source-registry.test.ts, incl. the cross-tenant attack case §50).
*
* Purpose enforcement: `assertPurposeAllowed` is the single hook other 0pt
* capabilities call before using a source for a given purpose (SearchService
* and DatasetService both do). No rights record ⇒ fail closed (deny).
*
* Persistence: in-memory Maps behind the same "pure core, thin registry"
* shape as the sibling P0 services. Production boot is protected by
* `resolveStoreMode` in the composition root (app/api routes construct with
* the shared registry): with no database configured a production runtime
* throws DEPENDENCY_UNAVAILABLE instead of serving Maps (Master-DoD §3).
