Jakob Wennberg 7a6f9dd167 fix(transactions): reconcile #1105's lifted source filter with the account picker (#1134) ...

The history view now takes the shared, persisted source filter as props
(main's design), with the page narrowing per-account selections to the
bank bucket for the history split. Removes the duplicate local type/state
left by the rebase.
