feat(transactions): structured transaction_method instead of channel-in-the-name (#1459)
* feat(transactions): structured transaction_method instead of channel-in-the-name
Swedish bank feeds embed the payment channel in the description string
("Vercel Jul Överföring via internet", "ANTHROPIC* ... Kortköp/uttag"):
the PSD2 remittance array is joined into one string and the ISO 20022
type codes were dropped at insert. This promotes the channel to data:
- transactions.transaction_method (text + CHECK closed vocabulary: card,
transfer, bankgiro, plusgiro, swish, autogiro, e_invoice, international,
deposit, withdrawal, salary, fee, interest, adjustment) plus verbatim
bank_transaction_code / proprietary_bank_transaction_code evidence
columns (data_quality_master Appendix B "Layer-A capture").
- classifyTransactionMethod() in lib/transactions/transaction-method.ts:
explicit source method (Stripe txn.type) > trailing Swedish channel
phrase > ISO 20022 family/subfamily > proprietary-code keywords > MCC.
It also splits the clean display title off the description.
- Ingest stores the clean title as description and the full bank string
as original_description; dedup is untouched (external_id is date+öre,
the content bridge reads original_description and is prefix-based, and
a trailing strip leaves a prefix). Enable Banking passes the codes
through; the Stripe feed sets methods from its balance-txn types.
- Backfill migration classifies existing rows from the description text
(+ MCC and Stripe prefixes) and strips unedited titles; user-edited
titles are never rewritten.
- mapping-engine also matches original_description so user rules written
against the full bank text keep firing.
- UI: the inbox row shows the clean name; clicking it now folds out
"Betalsätt: Kortköp" etc. (sv/en), making every classified row
expandable.
A card purchase implies a physical receipt, a Bankgiro/e-invoice payment
implies a supplier invoice: downstream automations can now branch on the
rail instead of regexing display strings.

* fix(transactions): anchor counterparty-template identity on original_description
Audit follow-up to the phrase-strip change: counterparty template lookup
AND learning derived their key from merchant_name || description. With
the working title now stripped ("SPOTIFY AB Kortköp" -> "SPOTIFY AB"),
templates learned from the full bank string would only re-match via the
occurrence-gated single-token tier, and single-token counterparties with
fewer than 3 bookings would silently stop matching.
Both sides now read merchant_name || original_description || description:
the immutable bank original is identical across eras (and across user
renames), so every stored key and alias keeps matching exactly. Same
anchoring rationale as buildMerchantHistory in category-suggestions.
Existing tests that relied on the fixture's default original_description
now state it explicitly; two new regression tests pin the era stability
(lookup via alias on the full string, learning key derivation).

* fix(transactions): review follow-ups on method classification
- methodFromCodes: two-pass subfamily-then-family scan so a SALA/XBCT
refinement on the proprietary code beats a bare family match on the
ISO code, matching the documented precedence; pinned by a test.
- mapping-engine: regression tests for merchant/description patterns
that only match original_description, including the invalid-regex
substring fallback and the no-match default.
- Stripe: regression test for the SDK-unmodeled 'tax' balance-txn type
mapping to 'fee'.

* fix(transactions): scope method classification to feed rows + adjective guard
Multi-bank risk hardening before the backfill ships:
- Feed-row scope: classification and title stripping now require a real
import feed (import_source present, not manual/mcp), both at the
ingest boundary (USER_CREATED_IMPORT_SOURCES, now exported) and in
every backfill statement. User-authored titles like "Egen insättning"
on manual/MCP rows are never classified and never rewritten.
- Adjective guard (TS + SQL): a strip that would leave the title ending
in a possessive/scope adjective (egen/eget/privat/intern/extern ...)
is skipped, so "Egen insättning" stays whole even on bank-feed rows;
the method column still classifies (deposit).
- Unknown bank phrasings remain untouched by construction: an unmatched
phrase means no method and no rewrite, so the worst case for any bank
whose vocabulary we have not seen is the status quo.
Pinned by new unit + pg-real cases (user-created exclusion for
NULL/manual/mcp, adjective guard, feed defaults in the pg fixture).

* chore(migrations): re-timestamp transaction_method migrations after rebase
Main gained migrations dated 20260729-20260730 (already applied to prod)
while this branch carried 20260728 versions, which would have applied
out-of-order on merge. The files have never reached prod, so renaming to
current timestamps is safe and removes any dependence on the integration's
out-of-order handling. All code/doc references updated; the pg test reads
the backfill by its new filename.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* chore(migrations): bump transaction_method versions past prod's max
Main's newest applied migration is 20260730090000 (future-leaning
timestamp), so the previous 202607300731xx rename still sorted before
prod's tail and risked a silent skip on merge-time apply. Versions are
now 20260730100000/20260730100100, strictly after everything applied to
prod. References updated; full migration stream replays clean.

* fix(transactions): final review round: keyboard guard + bank_connection_id feed marker
- TransactionInboxCard: row-level Enter/Space handling now ignores events
bubbling from nested controls, so keyboard activation of Bokför / the
overflow menu is no longer cancelled by the (now much more common)
expandable row.
- Feed predicate parity with isImportedTransaction(): a live
bank_connection_id marks a feed row even when import_source is unset
(the oldest PSD2 rows predate that column), in both the ingest
classifier and every backfill statement: those legacy rows now get
classified instead of being skipped as user-created.
- pg fixture typing uses the TransactionMethod union.

* chore(migrations): re-timestamp transaction_method migrations past prod's 20260807 tail
Prod max applied is 20260807170000 (verified by name via list_migrations);
the 20260730-stamped pair would sort before it. References in code,
tests, and DECISIONS.md updated to the new versions.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(migrations): enforce, not assume, original_description preservation in the title strip
The strip UPDATE now fills a NULL original_description from the
pre-strip description in the same statement. Prod has zero such rows
(0/25,566 feed-scope rows, verified read-only), and 20260605120000's
backfill plus ingest make the NULL case unreachable on any DB that
replayed history, but the migration should not depend on that history
to avoid losing the only copy of a bank string.

fix(booking): explicit Ingen moms in quick review books exempt, not the derived default (#1450)
QuickReviewDialog collapsed 'none' to undefined on the wire, so the server re-derived the category default and booked 25% moms against an explicit no-VAT choice while the preview showed no VAT line. 'none' now maps to 'exempt' only when it deviates from the seeded default: untouched bookings on exempt-default categories (bank fees) stay byte-identical, an explicit Ingen moms books no VAT line with the classification the momsdeklaration should see, and the class-2 account auto-'none' stops booking a stray moms line. Same gap the swedish-compliance bot flagged on #1443. Co-authored-by: Jakob Wennberg <311770904+jakobwennberg-oss@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(invoice-inbox): surface WhatsApp chat context in booking flows (#1339)
* feat(invoice-inbox): surface WhatsApp chat context in booking flows
The WhatsApp intake bot writes verified human answers (photo caption,
representation deltagare + syfte, sender note, open-question state) to
invoice_inbox_items.channel_context. This makes the in-app booking flows
READ it:
- New core renderer lib/documents/channel-context-notes.ts: deterministic
compact Swedish line ("Representation: Anna Berg (Volvo), Jakob W ·
Syfte: uppföljning av avtal"), capped at 220 chars by dropping whole
participant names ("… och N till"), never mid-name. Representation
first, then user_note; caption only when nothing else exists.
- FieldsRail "Från WhatsApp" block in InvoiceInboxWorkspace: caption,
deltagare, syfte, anteckning rows plus an ochre AttnLine when a chat
question expired unanswered (pending_question.status = moved_to_app).
- Notes threading: book-direct and convert default their notes to the
rendered string server-side when the request carries none (a supplied
value always wins); BookDirectlyDialog prefills its notes input with
the same string so the user can edit it before it lands. Bulk-book
(categorize-core) joins the shared batch note with the per-item
rendered context so the representation trail survives batch booking.
- Inbox list: whatsapp rows get a chat icon and a quiet "Fråga obesvarad"
badge for moved_to_app items. No worklist count change: unresolved
whatsapp items are already counted by countInboxDocuments.
- sv/en strings for every new key; renderer + route + bulk tests.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(invoice-inbox): honor cleared notes and keep unreviewed captions out of verifikat
Two adversarial-review findings on the WhatsApp surfacing flows, both about
text that lands on an immutable verifikat.
1. A cleared note was silently re-applied. BookDirectlyDialog prefills the
rendered chat context, and the dialog sent `notes.trim() || undefined`
while book-direct and convert defaulted from channel_context on any falsy
value. A user who read the prefill, disagreed and deleted it therefore got
it written back onto a posted entry, removable only through a formal
rättelse. Both code comments claimed "an edited value always wins", which
was false for exactly that edit. Now PRESENCE of the field decides: the
dialog always submits `notes` (empty string included) and the routes only
default when the field is absent from the request (MCP, older clients).
The Zod `.optional()` carrying that distinction is documented at the
schema so it is not "tidied" into a `.default('')` later.
2. The photo caption was auto-burned into verifikat text with no review.
renderChannelContextNotes fell back to the raw caption, and bulk-book
appended the result per item with no per-item notes field at all (the MCP
approval preview deliberately shows no per-item PII either), so unreviewed
chat text reached a WORM record nobody had seen. The renderer now takes
{ includeCaption } and leaves the caption out by DEFAULT: representation
answers and user_note are replies to a question the bot asked, the caption
is not. Only the Bokför direkt prefill opts in, where the user reads the
string in an editable field before booking.
Tests: cleared-notes and whitespace-cleared on book-direct, cleared-notes on
convert, caption-never-defaulted on both routes, caption-not-threaded in
bulk-book, and the renderer's opt-in. The book-direct cleared-notes tests
were mutation-checked (restoring the truthiness fallback fails them).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(reports): export the chat answers behind a verifikat in the full archive
The verifikat line caps the representation trail at 220 chars and drops whole
participant names ("… och N till"); the complete list (deltagare, syfte,
raw_answer) exists only in invoice_inbox_items.channel_context. That table was
in ARCHIVE_EXCLUDED_TABLES with a rationale predating channel_context ("inbox
workflow state"), so a company leaving Accounted and keeping the full-archive
export as its BFL 7-year record kept an incomplete deltagare documentation for
its representation deductions.
Dumped as a column PROJECTION, not the whole row: the new
MasterDataTableSpec.columns narrows the select to the underlag provenance
(document, matched transaction, created verifikat / leverantörsfaktura) plus
channel_context, so the answers are tied to what was booked from them while
the inbox workflow state (email bodies, OCR output, error messages) stays out
of the archive. The documents themselves remain in dokument/.

fix(bookkeeping): resolve settlement account in all categorization flows and ship mis-booking audit (#1383)
Completes the #985/#986/#987 caller sweep: categorize-core, v1 batch-categorize, pending-operation edits and the MCP categorize path now resolve the settlement leg from the transaction's cash account instead of inheriting a hardcoded or stale account. Extends the correct_entry preview with currency, tax and dimension line metadata so staged corrections preserve full line fidelity. Adds a read-only audit query and a runbook for reviewing and correcting historical mis-bookings via staged storno with explicit approval; no automated bulk mutation. fix(transactions): retire stale invoice match pointers when an invoice settles (#1313)
* fix(transactions): retire stale invoice match pointers when an invoice settles potential_invoice_id / potential_supplier_invoice_id are write-once import suggestions: nothing revisited them once written. With recurring same-amount invoices, an earlier suggestion pointed transaction A at invoice X, X was then paid off by transaction B, and A kept pointing at a fully paid invoice. The match dialog computed its amount diff against that invoice's 0 kr remaining_amount and reported a bogus partial payment, and the dead pointer also blocked a fresh suggestion: both re-suggestion scans require the column to be NULL. Add one shared helper, clearSettledInvoiceSuggestions(), that nulls a settled invoice's own suggestion column on every other transaction of the same company, scoped by company_id and by that invoice id only, never widening to the confirmed invoice_id / supplier_invoice_id links. It is best effort by construction: every caller has already booked a payment verifikat, so a failed cleanup logs and returns instead of failing the settle. Wired into every path where an invoice reaches paid through a payment: the dashboard and v1 match-invoice / match-supplier-invoice routes, the dashboard and v1 mark-paid routes, settleInvoicePayment, the batch allocation route (per fully settled allocation), linkInvoiceToVoucher and linkSupplierInvoiceToVoucher, linkTransactionToJournalEntry, and the MCP staged-operation executors for mark_invoice_paid and match_transaction_invoice. Partial payments are deliberately left alone: a partially paid invoice is still matchable. The v1 supplier match route also clears its own row's hint, which it was missing next to its dashboard twin. Read-time revalidation stays as the backstop for the paths not wired up here. countSuggestedMatches now delegates to listSuggestedMatches, which already revalidates candidates, so the worklist badge can no longer claim a number the list refuses to render. A data-only backfill migration retires the pointers already stranded in the database. It touches no journal entry, verifikat or period-locked data, is idempotent, and its status lists mirror lib/invoices/matchable-statuses.ts. Fixes #1259 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): wire the MCP batch allocation into the settled-pointer cleanup Review follow-up on the #1259 fix. commitMatchBatchAllocate calls the same match_batch_allocate RPC as the dashboard route, and gnubok_match_batch_allocate is a live staged MCP tool, so an agent settling a samlingsbetalning reproduced the issue exactly: the RPC nulls potential_invoice_id / potential_supplier_invoice_id only on the source transaction, leaving every other transaction of the company pointing at an invoice the batch just closed. The per-allocation loop moves into clearSettledBatchAllocationSuggestions() so the HTTP route and the MCP executor run the same code and cannot drift again, with a commit-path test pinning that only the fully settled allocation is retired. The enlarged badge scan is made safe. countSuggestedMatches now feeds up to 200 ids into listSuggestedMatches, past the 150 per .in() that countInboxDocuments already chunks for, so the candidate lookups are chunked at IN_CLAUSE_CHUNK too and their ids deduped. Both lookups now check .error: previously a 414, a 500 or an RLS change produced empty maps, an empty list and a zero badge with nothing logged. Every failure branch here logs companyId, matching the logAndZero convention. Also: restore the anchorSupplierInvoiceDocument doc comment above its own call in the dashboard supplier-invoice mark-paid route (the #1259 block had been inserted between them), and assert the transaction update payload in the v1 match-supplier-invoice test, which now covers the potential_supplier_invoice_id null that the route was missing next to its dashboard twin. fix: counterparty template pick crashes the page (#1291)
Picking a suggestion under "Tidigare motparter" in Bokför transaktion replaced
the page with "Något gick fel". handleOpenTemplateReview built the review state
from `{ id, name_sv } as BookingTemplate`, so `template.debit_account` was
undefined, reached QuickReviewDialog's required `defaultAccount: string`, and
threw on `accountOverride.startsWith('2')` during the first render.
Typed the dialog's template prop as a narrow ReviewTemplate whose optional
fields are actually optional, so the cast disappears and the compiler owns this
class of bug. Also carries the counterparty's learned accounts and VAT (the
preview showed the category fallback, not what the server books) and decides
"is this a counterparty booking" from the template id rather than the presence
of a line_pattern (single-line templates got an account/VAT editor the
categorize route discards).
Five more page-crashes of the same shape, adversarially verified:
- suppliers/[id] and supplier-invoices/[id] passed the error envelope OBJECT as
a toast description. The Toaster is a sibling of {children} in the ROOT
layout, so that throw escapes both segment error boundaries onto global-error.
- components/reports/views wrote the same object into a useState<string | null>
at 13 sites and rendered it bare.
- components/ui/toaster.tsx now coerces non-renderable values as a choke point.
- skattekonto read data.informationstext.length off Skatteverket's raw JSON,
where the field is not required.
- TicWorkspace read profile.statuses.length off a persisted jsonb blob. 17 of 17
prod rows predate the TIC v2 upgrade (#584) and lack the key, so that
workspace was in the error boundary for every company that had opened it.
Plus hardening: formatCurrency coerces a null currency to SEK (prod has 0 NULL
across 28 416 transactions, so defense not a live bug) and cleanSignatory
returns [] for a missing description.
Verified by rendering the real dialog against a throwaway /sandbox route: the
pre-fix prop shape reproduces the exact error boundary, the fixed one renders
D: 6570 Bankavgifter / K: 1930 Företagskonto and the matching verifikat.
No migrations.

feat(mcp): dimension parity for the write/read tool edges (#1274)
Closes the MCP dimension gaps found in the 2026-07-28 audit:
- gnubok_bulk_book_inbox_items accepts a shared dimensions bag through
all three layers (tool schema + BulkBookInboxSchema + categorize-core
BulkBookInboxInput), resolve-don't-select with echoed resolutions; the
web inbox bulk-book route and the pending-op executor inherit it via
the shared schema.
- gnubok_create_employee / gnubok_update_employee accept
default_dimensions (names resolve to codes; {} clears on update).
The command layer already persisted the field: only the MCP boundary
blocked it, leaving payroll tagging dashboard-only.
- gnubok_query_journal: dimensions bag filter (jsonb containment via
the GIN index, covers custom dims the legacy project/cost_center
filters cannot) + include_dimensions to return each line's bag.
The wide full-match fetch stays dims-free unless something needs it.
- gnubok_list_invoices / gnubok_list_supplier_invoices return
default_dimensions (agents could set invoice bags but never read
them back).
- Discoverability: create_voucher, categorize_transaction,
correct_entry, update_invoice descriptions now name dimensions;
categorize_month and invoice_run loadouts include
gnubok_list_dimensions. Trimmed new schema prose to stay under the
tools/list payload budget.

feat(categorize): dimension bags end-to-end + runtime template learning (#1273)
* feat(categorize): dimension bags end-to-end + runtime template learning The categorize path could not tag: categorize-core accepted a dimensions bag but no route or UI ever passed one, and runtime template learning dropped the bag entirely (only SIE import produced dimension-carrying patterns). - CategorizeTransactionSchema gains dimensions; the dashboard route, v1 single and v1 batch-categorize apply it to the mapping result's business lines (explicit bag wins over a learned counterparty bag). - categorization_templates.default_dimensions (migration 20260728091000) records the bag of the latest tagged booking; latest-explicit-wins, an untagged booking never erases it. Applied on the legacy single-line template path and the mirrored-refund path; multi-line SIE patterns keep their authoritative per-entry bags. - QuickReviewDialog gets a LineDimensionFields picker (dimensions_enabled gate, same as BulkBookDialog), prefilled from the counterparty suggestion's learned bag; hidden for multi-line patterns whose per-line bags would ignore an edit. fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise, while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production. Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that are not repeated. userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger. State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row, consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing. provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client. provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up. Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before the scoped check ran. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A) The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in 20260416120000; this bucket was left behind. Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining legacy prefix objects. The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail the whole query instead of filtering the row out. deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to erase. The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and SHA-256 identical before repointing the row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user had been removed from the company kept reading. Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error strings with the canonical envelope. Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every other v1 read endpoint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and had become the top application consumer of production database time: measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at 7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on the booking path. PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side instead turns that into two indexed round trips. Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling. Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead, since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows. commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column, which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped on the newest rows indefinitely. The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap; the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly. ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change sort semantics on the route that currently works. Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had them. The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters, because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a write that never happened. dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write, and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to 5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0. Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the full tree. The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the lockfile, never workflow files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily. Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which settles the intent. documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession: the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention. webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line place to change that. A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list, and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they are named rather than silently rotting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email. This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined by next.config.ts. Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry personnummer and financial data. verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible. The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not forwarded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md. Structural roots closed: - resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking 1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING - ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document, not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed - sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed - tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all four baselines now empty - three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import, ungated-extension-route Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap), RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/ Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites with isSwedishUserMessage extended. Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice, recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep work and are verified green together. 13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge. 20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres). Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0 errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and ~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass: - replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid() (impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo - bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns - credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no cross-tenant figures in exception text - link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end - personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE - same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse - receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts - period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap - documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping - invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression), duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran - match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat) - refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window) - KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint - personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools - worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths - MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk - observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True, cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings call removed) Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests * fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215 pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() = 'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text, reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved. Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column, and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no longer renders as already filed. Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern (all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215 - restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch - replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap warning texts and update the pinned test expectations - drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment - strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation. fix(transactions): share bank-sync busy state across surfaces (#1163)
* fix(transactions): share bank-sync busy state across surfaces useBankSync() kept busyId/syncingAll/connections as hook-local state, but the header "Synka bank nu" split-button row and the footer "Synka nu" button each call the hook independently: a sync started from one surface left the other enabled and spinner-less, so a second concurrent sync of the same connection could be started. Hoist the state into a module-level store (lib/transactions/ bank-sync-store.ts) consumed via useSyncExternalStore, so every instance shares busy state and the connection list: - both surfaces spin and disable while either one syncs - runFor/syncAll re-check the live snapshot before firing, so a click racing a sync from the other surface is a no-op instead of a second paid PSD2 call - the bank_connections query runs once per company instead of once per surface (first mounted instance claims the fetch; failures release the claim so a later mount retries) - a sync that hits a dead PSD2 session flips the connection to expired on every surface at once, not just the one that ran it Fixes #1162. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): discard stale connection loads after company switch publishConnections now requires the caller to still own the load claim: a fetch resolving after the active company switched (and re-claimed the slot) no longer clobbers the newer company's published list. Bug/invalid imports (#1146)
* feat: add Accounted MCP namespace * fix(bookkeeping): stop flagging verifikat whose underlag lives on a referenced supplier invoice The missing-underlag surfaces only accepted a document directly linked to the entry, so payment verifikat for supplier invoices (doc on the registration entry per design) and entries whose doc was pinned to the bank transaction before matching were falsely flagged; opening the entry showed the referenced doc and cleared the warning client-side, and it came back on reload. - verifikat_without_documents + transactions_without_documents now treat an entry as covered when a supplier invoice referencing it (registration or payment FK, or a supplier_invoice_payments row) carries a document anchored to a journal entry (BFL 5 kap 7 paragraf hänvisning till underlag; anchoring required because the WORM deletion guards key on document_attachments.journal_entry_id) - match-supplier-invoice routes (dashboard + v1) propagate the transaction's pinned document onto the payment verifikat, mirroring the categorize route; migration backfills rows already written (open unlocked periods, company-guarded, never steals a linked doc) - /api/documents/counts, the transactions-page badges, the bulk "Inget underlag krävs" count and the push-notification scheduler share the same reference-aware predicate, so every surface agrees with the RPC - counts route validates journal_entry_ids as UUIDs (they are interpolated into a PostgREST or-filter) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): align table columns flush with page edges Collapse the checkbox gutter column to zero width and hang the hover-revealed checkbox/expand chevron in the page margins, drop the outer padding so DATUM sits flush left and STATUS flush right, and tuck the overflow-menu dots under the middle of the STATUS header. Applied to both the inbox and history tables so they stay identical. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(arsredovisning): tie anlaggningstillgangar note to booked depreciation The ARL 5:8 roll-forward note recomputed depreciation from its own day-based linear formula (365.25/12 month length, non-inclusive day count, linear only), drifting ~20 kr per year per asset from the ledger-driven resultat- and balansrakning and misstating non-linear methods entirely. Note figures now come from posted depreciation_schedules rows (the same source disposeAsset reverses), falling back to the engine's computeAnnualDepreciation when nothing is posted; pre-onboarding opening balances iterate prior years through the engine. Adds a note-vs-trial-balance tie-out warning (accounts 1000-1299, over 1 kr) surfaced before download. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(stripe): move connect and sync surface from settings to import page Stripe's transaction feed is a continuous import source in the same category as the PSD2 bank connection, so its connect/sync surface now lives on the import page as a source card (mode=stripe), gated "kommer snart" on hosted like before; self-hosted keeps the full panel. - Import page: Stripe card after Koppla bank, renders the existing StripeSettingsPanel via the settings-panel registry - OAuth callback and panel cleanup return to /import?mode=stripe - Settings > Betalningar retired: nav item removed, route redirects, PaymentsSettingsContent deleted, legacy ?tab=payments mapped - New import.stripe_* strings in sv+en; dead settings_nav.payments removed Crons and sync logic unchanged; payment-link settings stay in the invoicing section. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(underlag): paginate missing-underlag cron and harden doc-surface queries Resolve PR review findings on bug/invalid-imports: - notification-scheduler: fetchAllRows on all 5 global reads; past 1000 rows the capped reads produced false "saknade underlag" notifications - bulk-missing: LOOKUP_CHUNK 300->150 so the twice-embedded .or() id list stays under the PostgREST URL limit - bulk-missing + transactions page: UUID-guard the .or()-interpolated id lists, matching documents/counts - match-supplier-invoice (dashboard + v1): log documentId/journalEntryId on the non-fatal doc-link warning - well-known/oauth-protected-resource: document the tool_namespace allow-list - messages/en: reword stripe_description - DECISIONS.md: record the asset ibAck tie-out and Tailwind !important calls Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): convert registrationDate from Unix seconds to millisecond epoch in lookup and profile tests --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/stripe connect transactions (#1139)
* fix(mcp-oauth): allow ChatGPT connector callbacks and resume OAuth after login Add chatgpt.com/connector/oauth/* (per-instance) and the legacy chatgpt.com/connector_platform_oauth_redirect to the built-in OAuth redirect allowlist so ChatGPT MCP connectors can register and authorize. Fix the login page dropping the ?next= destination: an OAuth-initiated visit that required login previously ended on the dashboard and the connection flow silently died. Login now resumes to the sanitized next path (hard navigation, since the consent page is route-handler HTML), carries it through the MFA step-up as returnTo, and /mfa/verify hard-navigates for /api/ destinations. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): dedup incoming feed rows against booked hand-entered twins Users who bookkeep via MCP/chat first and connect their bank afterwards got the same movement twice: the synced row's external_id lives in a different namespace, the free-form manual title never text-bridges the bank's raw string, and the cross-channel mirror deliberately excluded manual/mcp rows. Extend the mirror with a booked-hand-entered track: an incoming feed row is skipped when a BOOKED manual/mcp row shares its (date, ore) bucket count- symmetrically. Gates beyond the feed-vs-feed mirror: stored row must be booked (staged rows never consume an import), currencies must not contradict (bucket key is date+ore only), the cash-account guard applies to the count exactly as to consumption, and symmetry uses the Layer-1-unmatched incoming count so an already-stored row cannot inflate it. Consumption stamps the batch cash_account_id onto an account-unbound hand row, so one hand row can never consume feed rows on other accounts in later syncs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): inline verifikat rattelse (strike lines + text/date edit) Second sanctioned correction track under BFL 5 kap 5/9 pp, Fortnox-style: strike lines inside a posted verifikat with replacements in the same voucher, and correct description/entry_date without an andringsverifikat. Envelope: posted entries, open unlocked periods, company lock date, same-period date moves, structural/FX/doc-linked lines excluded, and a reconciliation guard preserving per-account net on bank/reskontra sides of externally linked entries. Every rattelse writes an immutable who/when row (journal_entry_rattelse_log, WORM, archived as rakenskapsinformation) and struck originals render struck-through in the verifikat; list rows and the detail header carry a Rattad marker. CLAUDE.md hard rule 1 and the swedish-accounting-compliance skill are amended to state the two-track rule. Staging carries the DDL; prod gets it on merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: live saldo in booking form, prior-year window comparison, hideable assistant FAB - Manual journal entry: saldo column now shows before -> after computed from the typed debit/credit amounts (direction feedback while booking) - Resultatrapport: a narrowed date range now compares against the same window shifted one year back (#862), merged across fiscal periods for brutet rakenskapsar; P&L rows report window activity instead of rolled-forward YTD closing - Assistant FAB: per-user hide toggle (user_preferences.hide_assistant_fab, settings > assistant), sidebar entry unaffected; collapsed sessions keep their reopen handle Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): sync balance transactions as a bank feed on 1686 Import the connected Stripe balance into the transactions inbox, opt-in per connection (transaction_sync_enabled on stripe_connections): - Balance transactions map to feed rows with the two-row gross+fee split and frozen external_id formats (stripe_{acct}_{txn} / _fee), dated on created, bound to a provisioned "Stripe-saldo" cash account on 1686 so booking settles against the clearing account by construction. - Double-booking protection: settled payment-link charges import pre-linked to their settlement entry; payout rows import pre-linked to the payout entry; processPayoutPaidEvent claims the payout's fee rows at booking time (linkPayoutFeedRows, idempotent from both directions). - Cursor last_balance_txn_synced_at with 24h overlap; first run backfills 90 days floored at the day after the company lock date. - Nightly cron /api/extensions/stripe/transactions/cron (03:30), transaction-sync toggle route, "Synka nu" covers both feeds, settings panel toggle with last-synced/backfill note, sv+en strings. - Migration 20260723200000 (applied to staging). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): offer match-to-voucher on unbooked history rows Unbooked transactions with is_business already set (e.g. left behind when a voucher was removed without a full uncategorize) land in the history list instead of the inbox, where the match-against-existing-voucher action did not exist, leaving them with no path back to voucher matching. Add the same menu item to the history list for unbooked rows. fix(categorization): connect card descriptors to counterparty history (#1095)
* fix(categorization): connect card descriptors to counterparty history
suggest_categories returned no signal for recurring card merchants
(reported: Anthropic booked to 5420 fourteen times, zero suggestions).
Three compounding causes, all fixed:
- normalizeCounterpartyName() now reduces card-network descriptors to
their merchant segment ("ANTHROPIC* CLAUDE SUB SAN FRANCISCO" ->
"anthropic"; "PAYPAL *SPOTIFY" -> "spotify"), so monthly per-charge
tails stop splintering one merchant into unmatchable variants. SQL
mirror normalize_counterparty_key() updated in lockstep (migration
20260721140000), keeping the ledger-context template join exact.
- New token_subset match tier bridges templates learned from manual
bookings ("Claude Dec" -> "claude") to bank descriptors containing
the token, and card-core descriptors to legacy splintered templates.
Guarded by a distinctive-token filter so generic/geo words never
match on their own.
- Merchant history falls back to description when merchant_name is
null: card purchases never carry merchant_name, so the history path
was structurally blind to exactly the transactions that need it.
History keys now share the counterparty-template normalization and
the 200-row window is ordered by recency.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(categorization): guard single-token matches, anchor history on original_description
Review follow-ups (CodeRabbit on #1095):
- token_subset tier: a single shared distinctive token now also requires
occurrence_count >= 3 on the template, so a template named after a
common word or first name (one prior booking) cannot vacuum up
unrelated transfers ("SWISH ANDERS JOHANSSON"). Multi-token agreement
stays unrestricted; the Claude/Anthropic case (14 bookings) is
unaffected.
- merchant history keys on original_description ?? description: the raw
bank descriptor is immutable while description is a user-editable
working title, so renaming a transaction no longer severs its history
link for future recurring charges.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* chore(migrations): re-timestamp card-descriptor migration after prod moved past it
Prod applied 20260721144311 (#1101) through 20260721201747 (#1104) while
this PR was open; 20260721140000 would sort before them and risk being
skipped by out-of-order auto-apply at merge. Not yet applied to prod, so
renaming is safe; the preview branch re-applies idempotently
(CREATE OR REPLACE).

fix(transactions): allow re-linking a bank tx stranded on a reversed verifikat (#988) (#1009)
* fix(transactions): allow re-linking a bank tx stranded on a reversed verifikat (#988) A transaction whose journal_entry_id points at a reversed/cancelled entry reads as "utan koppling" in the UI (the transactions page enriches only status='posted' links), yet the re-booking guards treated ANY non-null pointer as "already linked". So a storno'd/corrected transaction could never be linked to another verifikat or re-categorized: the exact symptom in issue #988. Add a shared hasLiveJournalEntryLink() predicate used by every re-booking guard (linkTransactionToJournalEntry, manualLink, categorize-core, and the MCP link stage-check): a pointer at a non-posted entry is treated as re-linkable, and the two optimistic-locked writes now lock on the exact previous pointer (null OR the stale id) instead of always .is(null), so the overwrite goes through race-safely. hasLiveJournalEntryLink fails closed on a read error so a transient blip can't detach a genuinely live link. The source was fixed in #726 (reverseEntry/correctEntry now detach/re-point the tx); this makes the guards self-heal for the pre-#726 backlog and any future best-effort miss. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): detect 0-row CAS before invoice effects; fix categorize commit test Addresses PR review (CodeRabbit Critical + CI): - link-journal-entry.ts: the tx UPDATE now .select('id') and treats a 0-row result as LINK_TX_TX_ALREADY_LINKED, failing BEFORE any invoice settlement / invoice_payments insert. Without this, a concurrent re-link that lost the CAS would still mark the invoice paid against a transaction we didn't link (same optimistic-lock contract manualLink already enforces). - pending-operations commit route test: the categorize_transaction "already categorized" case now enqueues the hasLiveJournalEntryLink status read (posted = live) so it still returns 409. This was the core-only CI failure: the new liveness read in categorize-core consumed a queued response. - Updated the link happy-path / invoice-race test enqueues to return a row for the now-selecting tx UPDATE. fix(bookkeeping): revive counterparty template learning (dead since the multi-tenant refactor) (#989)
* fix(bookkeeping): revive counterparty template learning, dead since the multi-tenant refactor (#865) The learning half of counterparty templates has written nothing since 2026-03-30 (prod: 750 SIE imports, zero new templates). Two stacked bugs: - The multi-tenant refactor re-scoped categorization_templates to company_id and the lib stopped writing user_id, but user_id kept its NOT NULL: every insert failed with a null violation that supabase-js returns rather than throws, so nothing was ever logged. Migration 20260711100000 drops the NOT NULL and the dead user_id indexes. - Four of six learning call sites (both categorize routes, categorize-core, the MCP server) passed the auth user id as companyId, so even with the column fixed the writes would fail FK/RLS and corrections could never find the template they were correcting. Hardening while in here: - insertOrUpdateTemplate now checks every write result, logs failures, and returns whether a row was written; populateTemplatesFromSieVouchers reports only templates actually persisted. - Sign-mismatched matches (an incoming refund matching an expense-learned template) previously booked backwards: debit expense / credit bank for money coming IN. They are now mirrored into the correct refund shape (VAT leg reversed for deductible input VAT), flagged requires_review, and excluded from template/rule learning so a refund can never flip a learned template. - Template amounts are computed from the SEK-resolved amount, so foreign-currency transactions no longer produce unbalanced multi-line entries (or VAT computed on foreign units). - SIE extraction no longer hardcodes 25% for 2641 (rate-agnostic in BAS): the rate is inferred from voucher amounts and snapped to 25/12/6%, and reverse-charge counterparties learn vat_treatment='reverse_charge' instead of losing the RC legs (which also no longer poison the ratio base). - New pg-real test locks the exact insert column set against the real schema, so a schema/code drift like this can't ship green again. Closes #865 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): mirror fiktiv-moms legs on RC credit notes, exclude import VAT accounts from ratio base Compliance-review follow-ups on #989: - REVERSE_CHARGE_VAT_ACCOUNTS gains the import output-VAT accounts (2615/2625/2635), which pair with 2645 in import vouchers exactly like the RC pairs and must not shrink the business ratio base. - A sign-mismatched match against a reverse_charge template (an RC supplier's credit note) now mirrors both fiktiv legs (credit 2645 / debit 2614) instead of booking gross, so Ruta 30/48 net back to zero. The income line-builder nets VAT credits against debit legs to keep the mirrored pair balance-neutral (identical result for all existing credit-only output-VAT paths). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(types): CategorizationTemplate.user_id is nullable since 20260711100000 (CodeRabbit) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): use roundOre for the VAT netting, keep the ore-round ratchet at baseline Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): review-gate stale 12% templates across the livsmedel transition, pattern-aware direction guard Compliance-review round 2 on #989: - Livsmedel VAT dropped 12% -> 6% on 2026-04-01 (Prop. 2025/26:55) while restaurang/hotell stay at 12%. A reduced_12 template whose last_seen_date predates the transition can no longer be trusted unreviewed: its match is flagged requires_review until a post-transition approval refreshes it (re-approval keeps 12%, a correction relearns 6%). Actively-confirmed 12% counterparties flow without friction. - The opposite-direction correction guard now falls back to the line pattern's business sides when the legacy fields are both settlement-ish and cannot classify a multi-line template. - Documented the accepted import-RC mirroring limitation (2614 vs 2615 ruta attribution) and the netted-vatCredit precondition. fix(transactions): steer duplicate guard to matching for ledger-only vouchers (#958)
When the booking-time duplicate guard flags a ledger-only voucher candidate (transaction_id null: a verifikat from an SIE import, a paid invoice, a salary payout), the dialog's primary action is now "Matcha mot verifikatet": it links the bank transaction to the existing voucher via /api/reconciliation/bank/link (the same path MatchVoucherDialog uses) instead of double-booking the same affarshandelse. "Bokfor anda" stays available but demoted to an outline button. Sibling-transaction candidates keep today's layout: matching a second bank line onto a voucher that already has one is the N:1 edge case, not the default. Wired through both call sites: the transactions page (runCategorize) reuses handleVoucherLinked's refresh, and TransactionBookingDialog (JournalEntryForm, /api/transactions/[id]/book path) reuses the booked flow so in-dialog attached documents land on the matched verifikat and the row leaves the list, with a "Bankhandelsen kopplad" toast instead of "Bokford". No lib change: the candidate payload already carries the transaction_id discriminator, covered by existing detection tests. Closes #919. Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(banking): harden PSD2 loading, error, and refresh states (#934)
Fixes loading/error/refresh-state gaps across the Enable Banking (PSD2) surfaces: - Delete the dead post-OAuth bank_connected sync flow + 9 orphaned i18n keys. - Surface fetch failures instead of empty/false-healthy states (settings panel error card, BankSelector non-OK guard, chip hidden on error). - Stop the full-panel spinner flash on refetch; clear the spinner in finally. - Client-side sync/backfill timeouts + live elapsed counter with a grace-period unlock so a slow bank can't trap the modal. - Broadcast a bank-sync signal so the transactions chip refetches after a manual sync. - Consolidate the import page onto the shared banking panel (also removes the core -> @/extensions import-rule violation) and standardize spinners. - Surface previously silent chart/fiscal-year fetch failures in the account picker. - Review fixes: cancellation guard on the deferred bank_error microtask; key the sync-progress dialog per attempt to reset its elapsed timer. |

Check/salary bankid api (#892)
* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup - middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard - BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once (a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first, failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors - bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account - bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink (BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method) - login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: move secondary guides into docs/, delete dead root files Move DOCKER.md, SELF-HOSTING.md, WHITELABEL.md and extensions.md (renamed EXTENSIONS.md) into a new docs/ folder and update all path references (README, setup.sh, .dockerignore image rules, docker-publish workflow comment, _example-branding, lib/branding/service.ts). Delete two dead root files: customer.json (stray API-test payload) and findings.md (point-in-time swarm audit export, criticals already filed). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(api): security & correctness hardening + withRouteContext MFA migration across API routes Audit of ~100 app/api routes. Highlights: Security - agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped - calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only - bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded - agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated Correctness - account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000 rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) -> fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes) - voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced - 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed - assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed - invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent; deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod Convention - ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation, corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right where they figured out how something should be booked. - derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking (settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart) - extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility hints instead of duplicating them - save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts diverged. The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3 templates. Also fixed along the way: - Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all. - mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a non-fileable document before download. - Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR. - FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver (never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie the roll-forward exactly to booked UB. - build-input dedupes warnings now that the PDF path runs the same mapping. Regression test asserts no RR/BR label ever contains a four-digit account number again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr" with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode (prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest years. - lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis) - Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced, naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread - SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and now renders them - opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return 409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors: - Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek. Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate. - Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows. - Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied /api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well. - application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL) validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always failing the magic-byte check. - correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test). - Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE, TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE (company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots, skipping slots held by any existing row. - Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives). - Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of silently skipping the mirror. - Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt guidance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines. ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET /api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot follows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list bundle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks: - One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The separate /salary/runs/new page is gone. - Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail, KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/. - Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token], backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the route from auth redirects. - Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026). - AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid. - Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish, municipality tax-table lookup improvements. messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune, skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before this. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping - Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16 renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged). - Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs don't break the build type-check. - Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76. - template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding. - database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(), which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag. Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging. Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap) Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger, which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all. That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression). Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging. style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(mcp): P2 hygiene — honest category suggestions, skill-reference lint, cadence copy (#882)
* feat(mcp): counterparty-tied category suggestions + no_signal (P2-1)
suggest_categories padded every transaction with a company-wide
category-frequency fallback at <=0.5 confidence — an identical four-way
spread on 20+/24 items that agents correctly reported as pure noise
(agent.feedback). Real signal came from memory atoms and query_journal.
- History is now counterparty-keyed: buildMerchantHistory groups past
categorized transactions by normalized merchant; the engine only
surfaces history for THIS transaction's merchant, with provenance
('Bokförd N gånger tidigare för denna motpart') and occurrence-scaled
confidence (0.56 at 1x, capped 0.85). No global padding — an empty
list is the honest answer.
- The MCP tool returns no_signal_transaction_ids for transactions where
NO source matched, steering agents to investigate (query_journal)
instead of pattern-matching on unrelated rows.
- Both callers (REST suggest-categories route + MCP tool) share the new
helpers, so web UI and agents improve together.

* feat(skills): dangling-reference validation in skills:check + fix 10 dangling links (P2-2)
skills:generate/check now fail when an atom SKILL.md links a
references/*.md that does not exist on disk — a dangling pointer ships
a 404 to every agent that follows it (the weekly-booking-check
incident, agent.feedback).
The validator immediately caught 10 live dangling links in 4 atoms,
three distinct flavors:
- filename typo: swedish-asset-accounting/references/depreciaton.md
renamed to depreciation.md (the link was right, the file misspelled)
- link mismatch: swedish-e-invoicing linked market-providers-pricing.md;
the file is market-provider-pricing.md (link fixed)
- unauthored plans: single-shareholder-ab-fmb TODOs and reklambyra's
'planerad utbyggnad' section used resolvable references/ paths for
files that were never written — rephrased as plans without paths
Seed migration regenerated (4 atoms bumped, renamed reference child).

* docs(events): align agent-feedback review cadence copy (P2-4)
gnubok_feedback replies 'we aggregate signal weekly'; the event-log
handler comment said quarterly. One of them was lying — weekly wins
(the mcp_optimization_plan triage is the living example).

feat(dimensions): PR7 producers — auto-tagged documents (invoices, supplier invoices, bulk-book, templates, MCP) (#868)
* feat(dimensions): PR7 producers — invoices/supplier invoices carry dims, generators propagate, BulkBook + templates + MCP bags
Source documents now carry dimension tags and every entry generator
propagates them onto journal lines (dev_docs/dimensions_implementation_plan.md PR7):
- invoices/supplier_invoices.default_dimensions + per-item dimensions
(migration 20260702200000; jsonb DEFAULT '{}' + object CHECK)
- invoice-entries: issuance/payment/cash/credit propagate — item bags merge
over the invoice default per revenue line (account+bag aggregation
identity), payment vouchers re-propagate the linked invoice's bag onto
every leg incl. FX result lines; ROT/RUT 1513 carries the item bag
- supplier-invoice-entries: registration/payment/cash/privately-paid/credit
propagate with the same merge rules (expense buckets keyed account+bag)
- bulk_book_transactions RPC persists per-line bags + derives
cost_center/project mirrors in SQL (migration 20260702201000; malformed
bags rejected with BULK_BOOK_INVALID_DIMENSIONS); route merges the header
default into template/manual lines
- counterparty templates: LinePatternEntry.dimensions learned from SIE
voucher history (kept only when every occurrence agrees), applied to
business lines on booking; QuickReviewDialog shows a dims badge
- categorize: staged dimensions bag tags business lines only (bank/VAT
untagged); credit/convert/inbox copy paths carry bags forward
- propose-payment/send-lines stamp the invoice default so the editable
payment grid books what the preview shows; mark-paid override lines
accept dimensions
- UI: InvoiceEditor + NewSupplierInvoiceForm header KS/Projekt pair with
per-row override; BulkBookDialog header default pair (both tabs)
- MCP: default_dimensions/items[].dimensions on create_invoice +
create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox, dimensions on categorize_transaction,
per-line bags on bulk_book_transactions — resolve-don't-select via the
shared registry helpers, resolutions echoed
32 new propagation unit tests + 4 pg-real tests for the RPC migration.

Bug/open banking flow (#854)
* fix(enable-banking): pin Mobile BankID (decoupled) auth_method so Handelsbanken corporate connects We never sent auth_method to Enable Banking, so it fell back to the ASPSP's visible default — REDIRECT for Handelsbanken. For Handelsbanken *corporate* PSUs the redirect flow does not support Mobile BankID, so authorization failed right after the user approved in the BankID app. Mobile BankID at Handelsbanken is a DECOUPLED method flagged hidden_method=true, which Enable Banking only uses when requested explicitly. Resolve the bank's preferred auth method before /auth: query the ASPSP's auth_methods and pick the DECOUPLED (Mobile BankID) method when present, otherwise leave auth_method unset so banks that already work are untouched. The method name is read dynamically per psu_type, so it is robust across sandbox/production naming. - api-client: add approach/hidden_method to AuthMethod, fix ASPSP.auth_methods field name (was available_auth_methods, never populated), add getPreferredAuthMethod(), thread optional authMethod through startAuthorization - index: resolve authMethod in /connect and pass it on both fresh + reconnect - tests: cover method selection and request-body shaping Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(invoice-inbox): clean up bulk-selection toolbar UI Redesign the selection toolbar shown when inbox items are checked: one solid primary "Bokför valda" button with outlined secondary actions ("Fråga assistenten", "Ta bort") and a plain selection count. Removes the redundant "Avmarkera" button (users uncheck the still-visible box), fixes label clipping, and gives the toolbar more breathing room. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(entitlements): bypass paywall in local development Add isPaywallBypassed() so all gated capabilities are testable locally without a subscription. Fires only on NODE_ENV=development (npm run dev) or an explicit DISABLE_PAYWALL=true escape hatch — production builds run under NODE_ENV=production and the entitlement suite runs under 'test', so both keep exercising the real gate. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): resolve enskild firma bolagsuppgifter via 12-digit personnummer TIC's Lens search is fuzzy and only resolves an enskild firma from the 12-digit (century-prefixed) personnummer; a 10-digit form fuzzy-matched an unrelated entity. Expand personnummer to 12 digits before querying and reject hits whose registration number is unrelated to the request. Add a "Hämta" action to the settings Bolagsuppgifter panel to (re)fetch on demand. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(transactions): implement categorize core for bank transaction categorization - Added `categorize-core.ts` to handle categorization of bank transactions, supporting single and bulk operations. - Introduced `categorizeMatchedTransaction` and `bulkBookMatchedInboxItems` functions for transaction processing. - Implemented fiscal period validation and duplicate booking detection. - Enhanced logging and error handling for transaction categorization. feat(scripts): add diagnostic script for Handelsbanken ASPSP metadata - Created `check-handelsbanken-aspsp.mjs` to fetch and display available authentication methods for Handelsbanken. - Outputs metadata for business and personal PSU types, including default authentication methods. fix(migrations): increase statement timeout for SIE bulk delete operations - Updated `20260629160000_sie_bulk_delete_statement_timeout.sql` to set a longer statement timeout for bulk delete RPCs to prevent cancellations during large imports. feat(migrations): add bulk book inbox items to pending operations - Expanded `pending_operations` table to include `bulk_book_inbox_items` operation type in `20260630120000_pending_operations_add_bulk_book_inbox_items.sql`. - Supports bulk booking of matched inbox items against bank transactions. test(pg): add tests for replace_period_opening_balance_link RPC - Implemented tests in `replace-period-opening-balance-link.pg.test.ts` to validate the functionality of the opening-balance correction flow. - Ensured immutability of opening balance links and proper handling of posted vs. non-posted entries. * fix(sie-export): update journal entries and lines handling in SIE export tests * fix(migrations): resolve version collision on 20260629160000 The SIE bulk-delete statement_timeout migration shared version 20260629160000 with journal_entries_list_series_filter (merged from main via #798/#823), causing a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate key error on apply. Rename the branch's migration to 20260629160100. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(compliance): resolve compliance-swarm + review findings - opening-balance/correct: compensating rollback for the non-atomic storno+rebook so a mid-sequence failure never leaves two posted OB entries (ASVS V2.3); durable audit event on every failure path (V16); reference the original verifikationsnummer in the corrected entry per BFL 5 kap 5§; document that requireWrite already enforces write-role + membership (V8.2.1 was a false positive) - reports sources routes: validate the cursor date component as ISO (/^\d{4}-\d{2}-\d{2}$/) before use, 400 on malformed (ASVS V1.2), applied to both the VAT-declaration and trial-balance routes - AgentSessionList: await the rename PATCH, revert the optimistic title and toast on failure (ASVS V4.5) - bank booking: exclude same-batch siblings from the booking-time duplicate guard so bulk-booking distinct same-(date,amount) transactions no longer false-positives; pre-existing duplicate detection is preserved - BulkBookInboxDialog: drop the unsafe currency-based reverse_charge default, add an omvänd skattskyldighet advisory, and type VAT options to the backend VatTreatment union - OpeningBalanceRowEditor: hold onChange in a ref (synced in effect, not during render) so an unstable callback can't cause a render loop Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/invoice booking vat fixes (#778)
* feat(invoices): add Plusgiro input to bank details settings Plusgiro was already persisted, validated by the API schema, rendered on the invoice PDF and toggleable via "Visa plusgiro" — but the settings UI had no field to enter the number, so plusgiro-only users could not fill it in. Add the input next to Bankgiro with Luhn validation and hyphen formatting, include it in the save payload (normalised on save so raw digits still match the dashed schema format), and add sv/en strings. Adds validatePlusgiroNumber/formatPlusgiroNumber helpers + tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): respect non-VAT-registered seller in PDF preview + portal tooltips Two user-reported bugs: - PDF preview (/api/invoices/preview-pdf) ignored company.vat_registered and fell back to the customer-driven 25% rate, so a non-momsregistrerad seller saw VAT in the review step even though the created invoice books none. Mirror the server-side write gate (build-invoice-write.ts): force 0% when vat_registered is false (delivery notes excepted). - InfoTooltip rendered TooltipContent without a Portal, so tooltips were clipped by the scrollable DialogContent (overflow-y-auto) in the send-invoice journal-entry review. Wrap in TooltipPrimitive.Portal. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): book library mall from its literal lines, not a lossy fallback Booking a bank transaction with a user-created booking-template (mall) via the convertible "QuickReview" fast path reduced the template to a single category + one account_override, silently discarding the chosen debit/credit. A kundinbetalning mall (D 1930 / K 1510) booked as a generic cost (D 6991 / K 1930), or with a VAT line as D 1930 / K 1930 / K 2611 — and the result flipped with the direction inferred from the business/settlement line tags, so visually-identical templates produced different verifikationer. Route every library template through the journal-entry editor (applyTemplate -> /book), which posts the literal lines, regardless of convertibility. Add regression tests locking the contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): make the booking-time duplicate guard bypassable TRANSACTION_BOOK_POSSIBLE_DUPLICATE told users they could "book anyway" but the UI dead-ended on a toast with no way to do so. Add a shared DuplicateBookingDialog that surfaces the already-booked sibling and lets the user review it or book anyway (force bound to the reviewed candidate, which the server re-detects so a stale id cannot wave the guard away). - Wire the dialog into the /transactions categorize flow and the manual booking dialog (JournalEntryForm -> /api/transactions/[id]/book) - Bind the override to expected_duplicate_transaction_id OR expected_duplicate_journal_entry_id so ledger-only vouchers (paid invoice, salary run) can be confirmed too - Extend the guard to the pending-operations commit path and the MCP server - Tests for book/categorize routes, detection, and the commit guard Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): log duplicate-guard bypass to behandlingshistorik in the agent commit path The web /book and /categorize routes append a durable BankTransactionDuplicateDismissed event when a user books over a detected possible double-booking. The agent commit path (commitCategorizeTransaction, commitMarkInvoicePaid) skipped the guard silently on allow_duplicate=true, leaving no behandlingshistorik — an auditor could not reconstruct why the duplicate was allowed (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8). When allow_duplicate=true, re-detect the candidate and append the dismissal event (BankTransactionDuplicateDismissed for the bank-line path, InvoiceDuplicatePaymentDismissed for mark-paid). Best-effort — a logging failure never blocks a legitimate booking. Payloads stay PII-safe (ids, amounts, dates only — no customer or merchant name). Also fix the misleading DuplicateBookingDialog JSDoc: the retry binds expected_duplicate_journal_entry_id, not candidate.transaction_id, so the systemdokumentation matches the actual control (BFL 7 kap). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(mcp-server): stub booking-duplicate guard in receipt-matcher categorize tests The gnubok_categorize_transaction tool runs the booking-time duplicate guard before staging; its detection queries consumed the queued supabase mock results, so the staging assertions saw a thrown duplicate error instead of a staged op. Mock detectBookingDuplicate to "no duplicate" since these tests don't exercise that path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(transactions): use roundOre for duplicate-guard öre rounding Replace naive Math.round(x*100)/100 with roundOre() from @/lib/money in the booking-time duplicate guard (detection lib, commit executor, MCP categorize tool), satisfying the no-new-antipatterns ratchet guard. Bug/year end numbers (#744)
* fix(bookkeeping): allow creating a fiscal year that fills an interior gap Fiscal-period creation only allowed chaining a new räkenskapsår before the earliest or after the latest existing period, so a company with a gap between years (e.g. 2024 + 2026 from an SIE import, missing 2025) could not create the missing year — it failed with "New period must chain before the earliest or after the latest existing period". Generalise forward chaining onto the new period's immediate predecessor, which covers both appending a new latest year and filling an interior gap. The "prior year must be locked" guard now applies only to true appends, not gap fills (a backfill, like backward chaining). previous_period_id is set to the predecessor and the successor is relinked so the BFNAR 2013:2 continuity chain stays intact. The create dialog suggests the missing year (capped so it never overlaps the next period), the settings page seeds the dialog at the earliest gap, and the default suggested name is now "Räkenskapsår <year>". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): omföra föregående års resultat (2099 → 2098) at year-end Year-end closing posts the result to 2099 "Årets resultat" and the opening balance carried it forward on 2099 every year, so 2099 accumulated across years and the prior result never moved off "Årets resultat". executeYearEndClosing now posts a separate "Omföring av föregående års resultat" verifikat (Dr 2099 / Cr 2098 for a profit, reversed for a loss) into the new period after the continuity check passes, so 2099 starts each year at zero. Kept as a standalone entry rather than folded into the opening balance so the IB stays a faithful mirror of the prior UB and IB/UB continuity still holds. Aktiebolag only; idempotent; no-op when 2099 is flat. The 2098 → 2091/2898 disposition (bolagsstämma decision) is intentionally left to a separate step. - new source_type 'result_appropriation' (migration + type + Zod enum) - generateResultAppropriation helper (planner + poster) wired as step 11 - ResultStep surfaces the omföring voucher - unit tests + pg-real invariant - scripts/repair-result-appropriation.ts: retroactive catch-up (dry-run default) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(transactions): shadow-detect date-drift duplicate bank transactions The content-dedup bridge buckets on exact (date, ore), so the same transaction re-imported with a booking date that drifted a day lands in a different bucket and slips past every dedup layer. Add a measure-only ("shadow") detector that flags would-be +/-1-day duplicates and counts them, without changing what is inserted - so the gap can be validated on real data before any enforcement, mirroring the scope-drift shadow. - shiftIsoDate(): pure, deterministic adjacent-date helper - ingest: DEDUP_DATE_DRIFT_MODE flag (default on), pre-loop bucket snapshot, per-row gate with desc-bridge + cross-channel-symmetry signals; logs shadow_date_drift_candidates, never alters inserts - fail-safe date guard so the measurement can never abort an import - regression tests for both signals, account/window/distinct guards, no-double-count, and the malformed-date fail-safe Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(bookkeeping): anonymize a customer reference in fiscal-period tests Remove a real customer name ("AXMD AB") from regression-test comments; no logic change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(workflows): enhance Docker image scanning and caching mechanisms * fix(bookkeeping): enhance year-end result appropriation handling and error reporting --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/issue in absurdum (#739)
* feat(assets): allow editing fixed asset fields before depreciation The fixed asset register only offered a "Dispose" action, so correcting a mis-entered acquisition date/cost/category meant running the disposal flow — which posts a real divestment voucher plus a Ch. 8a VAT adjustment. Disproportionate and wrong for a data-entry fix. Add an Edit action that allows correcting those fields directly, gated for correctness: - service: extend updateAsset() with category/acquisition_date/ acquisition_cost; block the change once the asset is disposed or has posted depreciation (AssetCorrectionBlockedError) where it would desync posted vouchers from the register; realign the BAS triple on category change. Name, useful life, and method stay editable. - api: extend the PATCH schema; annotate GET /api/assets with has_posted_depreciation so the UI can lock basis fields proactively. - ui: EditAssetDialog + pencil action; disables date/cost/category when depreciation has been booked, with an inline explanation. - errors: register ASSET_CORRECTION_BLOCKED (409). - tests: unit tests for the guard; pg test for pre-disposal editability. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(assets): also block basis edits when depreciation was hand-posted The correction guard only consulted depreciation_schedules, so an avskrivning booked as a manual journal entry (no schedule row) slipped through and a basis correction was wrongly allowed. Add a ledger scan: any posted credit to the asset's ackumulerade- avskrivningar account (12x9) counts as depreciation. Entries that depreciation_schedules attributes to a *different* asset are excluded, so a sibling's engine avskrivning on a shared 12x9 account doesn't produce a false block. What remains is depreciation tied to this asset (engine or manual); a basis correction is blocked there and must go through storno. Adds two unit tests: blocks on a hand-posted credit, allows when the only 12x9 credit belongs to a sibling's engine entry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): allow negative unit prices for discount lines The invoice creation form rejected negative unit prices via a frontend superRefine check, blocking valid discount lines (e.g. "Rabatt -100"). The unit_price error was never rendered inline, so submission failed silently. The backend schema already allows negative unit prices (see CreateInvoiceItemSchema test), so the form was simply out of sync. Remove the non-negative constraint; empty/NaN prices are still rejected by the base z.number() type. Drop the now-unused validation_price_positive translation key from both locale files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): allow editing draft invoices Drafts could be saved but not edited — the only way to change a draft's lines, customer, dates or amounts was to delete and recreate it. Add a "Redigera" action on draft invoices that opens the invoice editor pre-filled with the draft and saves changes in place. A verifikat is only created when an invoice is sent (or paid, under kontantmetoden), so every status=draft invoice is uncommitted and safe to edit; sent/paid invoices stay immutable and still require a credit note. - Extract buildInvoiceWriteData() with the shared validation + computation (VAT rules, ROT/RUT, accruals, totals, currency, item rows); POST now uses it too, behaviour unchanged. - Add UpdateInvoiceSchema and PATCH /api/invoices/[id], guarded to drafts (status=draft, no journal entry, not self-billed); number and status are preserved and no invoice.created is emitted. - Extract the invoice creator into a shared InvoiceEditor with create / edit modes; /invoices/new is now a thin wrapper and /invoices/[id]/edit is the new edit page. - Add a "Redigera" button on draft invoice detail pages + sv/en strings. - Tests for the builder, UpdateInvoiceSchema and the PATCH route. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): make Huvudbok findable via account/saldo search terms Searching the command palette for natural phrases like 'saldo per konto', 'kontoutdrag', 'kontoanalys' or 'transaktioner per konto' returned nothing, so users couldn't find the general ledger. Enrich the Huvudbok entry's keywords with those synonyms, and let Saldobalans and Balansrapport match 'saldo per konto' too since they are genuinely per-account balance views. Companion change — the clearer Huvudbok report description ('Saldo och alla transaktioner per konto') — already landed in d5f474cb. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(settings): let users edit their personal name Add an editable Namn field to /settings/account that updates profiles.full_name and best-effort syncs auth user_metadata. Previously the personal name was only ever set from BankID's legal name at signup with no way to correct it, so users whose tilltalsnamn isn't their first given name were greeted by the wrong name (and email/password users had no name at all). New POST /api/user/profile route (requireAuth, RLS-scoped update) mirrors /api/user/locale. sv/en strings added. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): per-invoice öresavrundning override Add a display-only öresavrundning flag per invoice that wins over the company-wide setting. Resolution order in getDisplayTotal: per-invoice override -> company setting -> default-on. The stored total and the booked verifikat keep the exact öre; only the rendered total changes. Supplier invoices gain the same flag but resolve a null to off (they never had rounding historically), exposed via a toggle on the new-invoice form and a rounding row on the detail page. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(transactions): warn on possible duplicate before booking Before committing a transaction (via book or categorize), detect an already-booked sibling with the same date and amount and return a 409 TRANSACTION_BOOK_POSSIBLE_DUPLICATE instead of silently double-booking. The user can override with force=true, which must be bound to the reviewed sibling via expected_duplicate_transaction_id; the candidate is re-detected server-side, so a stale or guessed id is rejected with TRANSACTION_BOOK_FORCE_CANDIDATE_MISMATCH. Detection is fail-open on the non-force path and fail-closed under force. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(transactions): shadow-mode scope-drift dedup counter in bank ingest Count rows that an enforcing same-feed scope-drift rule WOULD treat as re-imports (the IBAN-drift re-imports the external_id check misses) and surface it as IngestResult.shadow_scope_drift_candidates. Nothing is blocked yet -- the counter only measures how often the rule would fire so it can be validated against real data before enforcement. Also gitignore scripts/delete-duplicate-transactions.ts: a destructive, hand-run cleanup tool kept out of the repo so it can't run in CI/cron or be mistaken for a supported feature. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): base bolagsskatt on post-disposition result Bokslutsdispositioner are booked as source_type='year_end', which the income statement excludes, so net_result alone overstates resultat före skatt and the booked tax ignored the periodiseringsfond avsättning (too-high tax, ÅR/INK2 mismatch). calculateBolagsskatt now accepts resultBeforeTaxOverride. The preview builder mirrors each proposal's P&L effect (+återföring, -avsättning, -SLP) onto the pre-disposition result; the commit path sums the already-posted dispositions via the new sumPostedYearEndDispositions (class 88 + 7533) since bolagsskatt is committed last. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(settings): fiscal years manager Add a FiscalYearsManager to the bookkeeping settings that lists fiscal periods with their status (closed > locked > open) and creates the next year via CreatePeriodDialog, seeded to chain forward from the latest period end. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): return 400 when locking a period with unbooked transactions lockPeriod() refuses to lock a period that still has uncategorized business transactions. Detect that message in the lock route and surface it as a clear PERIOD_HAS_UNBOOKED_TRANSACTIONS (400) instead of a generic 500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): implement isEditableInvoiceDraft utility and apply it across invoice edit routes feat(transactions): log duplicate dismissal events in behandlingshistorik test(invoices): add tests for isEditableInvoiceDraft function test(transactions): enhance tests to verify behandlingshistorik logging refactor(bokslut): update tax calculation test descriptions for clarity --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(transactions): underlag status badges + attach dialog; auto-expire stale pending ops (#712)
* feat(transactions): per-row underlag status + attach-document dialog
- New "Matcha mot underlag" dialog on /transactions (inbox pick or fresh
upload), the tx→doc mirror of the Documents view's matcher
- Per-row Underlag/Underlag saknas badges on booked history rows, driven
by computeJeUnderlagStatus — same posted-only, exemption-aware scope as
the worklist count so badge and count never disagree
- attach-document route + commit dispatcher now propagate the doc onto
the verifikation when the tx is already booked (BFL 5 kap 6 §), with a
409 guard for docs consumed by a different verifikation, idempotent
re-attach (no same-value rewrite under period lock), and an honest 409
when the period-lock trigger blocks the propagation
- Booking-dialog doc links also pin the doc to the transaction row
(first linked doc wins) via the link route's new transaction_id param
messages/{sv,en}.json also carries the strings for the pending-ops
expiry UI that lands in the next commit.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(pending-operations): auto-expire stale staged operations after 30 days
- New daily cron (02:30 UTC, vercel.json + both docker crontabs) flips
>30-day-old pending ops to rejected with the dispatcher's
{ auto_rejected: true, reason: 'expired' } result_data shape — rows are
never deleted, the table is the audit trail
- /pending renders an "Utgick automatiskt" badge + detail line for these,
orders terminal tabs by resolved_at so a fresh expiry sweep isn't
buried, and adds a first-time-reviewer explainer
- Origin labels spell out where a proposal came from (AI chat, MCP key,
API, cron) instead of the raw actor_label
- agent_chat actor type added to PendingOperationActorType/AuditLogEntry
(DB CHECK already widened in 20260519090000) and to the agent filter
- ApprovalCard notes that ignoring a proposal is safe
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* docs(mcp): surface the client telemetry marker in connect instructions
Tag the connector URLs shown in ApiKeysPanel, the connect-claude doc and
the gnubok-mcp README with ?client=<surface> (claude-connector /
claude-code) and GNUBOK_CLIENT=claude-desktop for the npm bridge.
Telemetry-only — the server already reads the param/header; this just
lets us measure which Claude surface connected.
The claude mcp add copy blocks quote the URL: an unquoted ? in the query
string trips zsh globbing ("no matches found").
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* review: fix stale-closure badge flip + zod-validate link route body (PR #712)
- handleDocumentAttached read journal_entry_id off the render-time
transactions snapshot; if the list changed while the attach dialog was
open the optimistic badge flip was silently skipped. Read it off the
dialog's own subject (attachDocTx) instead.
- POST /api/documents/[id]/link now validates the body against the new
LinkDocumentSchema (uuid-strict, all four fields) instead of a bare
presence check on journal_entry_id — same canonical VALIDATION_ERROR
envelope. Test fixtures switched to real UUIDs accordingly.

fix(supplier-invoices): payment-match integrity — no more paid-without-voucher half-states (#711)
* fix(transactions): abort supplier-invoice match when payment voucher fails The match route caught a payment-JE creation failure and proceeded anyway: invoice marked paid with payment_journal_entry_id NULL, a payments row with no voucher, and the bank line linked but unbooked. That half-state is unrecoverable from the UI — mark-paid rejects 'paid' invoices and the match route rejects already-linked transactions (the "user can re-book" comment was wrong). The v1 route was already strict; this aligns the cookie route. A failed voucher now fails the whole match before any state mutation, with bookkeeping errors mapped to their structured codes and a new MATCH_SI_JE_FAILED fallback. Incident: Arcim 2026-06-11 — invoice 20250928 marked paid with no payment voucher because account 3740 was missing from the chart. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): bank-sync supplier-invoice match is a suggestion, not a hard link A high-confidence (>=0.85, unambiguous) supplier-invoice hit at sync time set transactions.supplier_invoice_id directly — without booking a payment or touching the invoice. The half-link then BLOCKED the match route (MATCH_SI_TX_ALREADY_LINKED), stranding the bank line with no path to a payment voucher and the invoice stuck on 'registered'. Sync now always writes potential_supplier_invoice_id; the hard link is reserved for completed matches where the payment voucher is booked. High-confidence hits still drain the matching pool and skip the mapping engine. Incident: Arcim 2026-06-11 — RosholmDell 18299 (29 890 kr) auto-linked at sync, unmatchable afterwards. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): seed standard BAS accounts on demand in the engine A minimal company chart routinely lacks accounts that legitimate engine flows reach — 3740 (öres- och kronutjämning) the first time a Bankgiro payment lands a sub-krona off the invoice, 6580 on a first legal invoice. createDraftEntry threw AccountsNotInChartError and turned a standard account into a dead end. The engine now backfills missing accounts from BAS_REFERENCE (full metadata incl. SRU code) before failing. Conservative by design: unknown numbers still throw, and deactivated accounts are never resurrected — deactivation is a deliberate user choice. Concurrent seeding (23505) counts as success. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): require explicit expense account, drop the 5010 seed Every new line item (and every AI-prefilled line) was silently seeded with account 5010 Lokalhyra. AI extraction deliberately never suggests accounts, so any invoice saved without touching the field was misbooked as premises rent — legally wrong verifikat that need rättelse to fix. Lines now start with an empty account: the supplier's default_expense_account fills empty rows when set, and submit blocks with a clear toast until every row has an account. Incident: Arcim 2026-06-11 — a legal-services invoice (should be 6580) and a SaaS subscription (should be 5420) both posted to 5010. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(bookkeeping): clarify voucher description suffix to (ankomstnr N) "(ankomst 2)" read as "arrived twice" / a duplicate marker; it is the company-internal sequential arrival counter for supplier invoices. "(ankomstnr 2)" says what the number is. Existing posted vouchers keep their old description (immutable). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): cancel orphaned payment voucher when match loses the CAS race When the payment JE posts but the invoice CAS update matches 0 rows (a concurrent request settled it first), both match routes returned MATCH_SI_NOT_OPEN and left the voucher orphaned in the ledger. mark-paid has always compensated for exactly this case; the compensation is now a shared helper (cancelOrphanedPaymentEntry: cancel + voucher-gap explanation per BFNAR 2013:2) used by all three routes. Flagged by the compliance swarm and the Swedish compliance review on PR #711 — the one finding both converged on. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): next_voucher_number user_id fallback for service-role contexts Mirrors 20260421170500 (commit_journal_entry got this fix; its twin did not). Under a service-role client auth.uid() is NULL and the voucher_sequences upsert fails its user_id NOT NULL check before ON CONFLICT can arbitrate — even when the sequence row exists. Every non-interactive caller of the storno/correction path (getNextVoucherNumber → correctEntry) was broken. Fallback: companies.created_by (same source seed_chart_of_accounts uses). Interactive flows still record auth.uid(); DO UPDATE never touches user_id on existing rows. Also restores SET search_path = public, lost when 20260330 recreated the function after the 20260304 hardening. pg-real: new test exercises the RPC on the superuser connection (auth.uid() IS NULL) and asserts sequential numbers + owner attribution. Found live: the Arcim repair script booked payment vouchers fine (commit_journal_entry) but failed on corrections (next_voucher_number). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): harden cancelOrphanedPaymentEntry — never throw, breadcrumb before mutating Two hardenings from the PR #711 review round: - Whole body wrapped in try/catch: the caller is returning the correct CAS-conflict response, so an unexpected client rejection must not replace it with a 500 (best-effort is now a hard guarantee). - The gap-recovery data (series, number, period, explanation) is logged BEFORE the cancel: the cancel and gap insert are separate statements, and a crash between them would otherwise leave a cancelled voucher with no BFNAR 2013:2 gap explanation and no way to reconstruct it. fix(bookkeeping): settle öre differences to 3740 and improve supplier-invoice matching (#699)
Whole-krona Bankgiro/Swish payments of öre-bearing invoices were stranded as partially_paid forever (e.g. 11 231 paid on an 11 231,25 invoice left 0,25 kr open). Book the sub-krona residual to BAS 3740 (Öres- och kronutjämning) and settle the invoice in full, on both the supplier- and customer-invoice match flows. New shared pure helpers buildSupplierPaymentClearingLines + planSupplierPayment mirror the customer-side primitives; routing preview and commit through the same builder also fixes two pre-existing preview↔commit drifts (payment account + line descriptions). Öre absorption is accrual-only — cash entries book the full invoice, so absorbing there would hide a 1930 discrepancy. Also improves supplier-invoice ↔ bank matching: - Pass-3 date window now spans [invoice_date-5, due_date+5] instead of due_date ±5, so early payments auto-match; an ambiguity guard demotes non-unique amount matches to suggestions. - New retroactive matcher (on supplier_invoice.registered/.approved) surfaces the settling bank payment when the invoice is registered after the payment was imported. Matches are written as suggestions for one-click confirm-to-book, never silently auto-booked. Tests: new unit tests for both pure helpers; extended matching, handler, customer öre, and route suites. Full suite green (407 files / 5364 tests). Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/transaction deletion (#695)
* feat(salary): add remove-employee button to draft salary runs
The DELETE /api/salary/runs/{id}/employees/{employeeId} endpoint already
existed (draft-only, cascades to the employee's line items) but had no UI
trigger, so a mistakenly added employee could only be cleared by deleting
the whole draft. Add a trash-icon action column to the "Anställda" table,
gated on draft status + write permission to match the endpoint's guard,
with a confirm prompt and success/error toast.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(settings): prevent horizontal overflow on mobile
The company settings invite form was a non-wrapping fixed-width flex row that overflowed narrow viewports, forcing the full-screen settings modal to scroll on the x-axis. Stack the form vertically on mobile (sm:flex-row at and above the sm breakpoint) and add the missing min-w-0 guard to the modal content pane.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(bookkeeping): move journal entry filters into a filter dialog
The ledger toolbar showed every filter inline (fiscal year, sort, series,
date range, missing-documents toggle), which felt cluttered. Keep only the
search field visible and move the rest into a "Filtrera" dialog with an
active-filter count badge.
- JournalEntryList now owns the fiscal-year scope, restored from the same
localStorage key FiscalYearSelector writes, so the page no longer renders
the selector separately.
- Filters apply live and the dialog stays open; "Rensa alla filter" clears them.
- Export STORAGE_KEY_PREFIX / ALL_YEARS_VALUE from FiscalYearSelector so the
list reuses the persisted selection without duplicating the key.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): implement imported transaction guard for deletion
- Added a guard to prevent deletion of transactions that are imported via bank sync or file uploads.
- Introduced `isImportedTransaction` utility to determine if a transaction is user-created or imported.
- Updated DELETE endpoint to return a 409 status for attempts to delete imported transactions.
- Enhanced transaction history and inbox components to reflect the new deletion rules.
- Added tests for transaction origin determination and deletion behavior.
- Updated UI components to include a confirmation dialog for clearing journal entry forms.
- Localized new strings for clearing form functionality in English and Swedish.
* feat(transactions): enhance transaction deletion guard and improve fiscal year visibility

fix(transactions): stop Enable Banking re-sync from re-importing duplicates (#630)
* fix(transactions): make content-dedup bridge resilient to PSD2 description drift
Enable Banking re-syncs were re-importing every overlapping transaction as a
duplicate. Two changes in the June 1 deploy combined to defeat both dedup layers
at once: the external_id format changed (old rows' stored ids no longer match the
new scheme, so the exact-match layer misses) AND PSD2 descriptions were enriched
("TIC" -> "TIC BG 0000005786439 Bg-bet. via internet"), so the content-dedup
bridge — which compared a fixed 24-char description prefix for equality — also
missed. Result: a full re-import (observed: 53 of 54 "new" rows were dupes).
The external_id format has changed several times historically and 7,120 of 9,393
old rows have no reconstructable canonical id, so a backfill is not viable; the
content bridge is the mechanism meant to survive id-scheme changes. Harden it:
- Split the bridge into bucketing (date, öre) and matching (description), and
match by prefix-containment instead of fixed-prefix equality. PSD2 enrichment
is prefix-preserving, so the enriched re-import bridges its stored original,
while genuinely-distinct same-(date,amount) rows (distinct descriptions) are
kept apart. Consumed with counting semantics + longest-match, so N stored twins
dedup exactly N incoming.
- Replace contentDedupKey with contentBucketKey + descriptionsBridge; update the
live pipeline (ingest.ts) and the v1 dry-run preview to the same logic.
- Freeze the external_id format with a regression test + a header warning: any
future format change must ship a coordinated backfill.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* test/refactor: address PR review — sanitize fixtures, mirror preview counting
- Replace real customer names ("Carl Bennet AB", "Brorsan AB") and prod-derived
reference strings in tests with clearly fictional stand-ins (compliance A.8.33).
- v1 dry-run preview: use the same longest-match + counting/consume semantics as
the live pipeline so a batch of N copies against M booked twins previews M skips,
not N (greptile P2). Update stale pitfall docs: content dedup is now
date+amount+description (prefix-containment), and the preview is booked-only so
its skip count is a lower bound on the live skip count.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(transactions): scope content-dedup bridge by cash account
The content-dedup bridge buckets by (date, öre) company-wide, with no account
scope — while bank reconciliation IS account-scoped (cash_account_id). For a
company with multiple bank accounts, a transaction on account A could therefore
deduplicate a genuinely-different transaction on account B that shares the same
date, amount, and a prefix-bridging description (round-number fees/transfers are
the realistic trigger), dropping a real row before it reaches reconciliation.
Layer 1 (external_id) is already account-safe because the account IBAN is
embedded in the id; only the fuzzy content bridge was account-blind.
Add an account guard: store cash_account_id alongside each bucket entry and only
bridge when BOTH the incoming batch and the stored entry have a known
cash_account_id that matches. A null on either side falls back to bridge-allowed,
so single-account companies and legacy (un-backfilled) rows are unchanged — and
CSV-vs-PSD2 dedup for the same account still works. Affects the 11 multi-account
companies; everyone else is behaviourally identical.
Note: external_id format heterogeneity (old entry_reference / old date+amount /
new öre+index schemes) is harmless downstream — nothing parses the id; it is an
opaque exact-match dedup key and a display string. Reconciliation, invoice/
supplier/payment matching, and reporting all key off real transaction columns,
never external_id.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* harden(transactions): blank description never wildcards a described row
PR review (OWASP V8.2.1 + Swedish compliance) flagged that descriptionsBridge
returned true whenever either side was empty, so a blank stored/incoming title
could wildcard-match any same-(date,öre) transaction and silently consume a real
one. Every live caller normalizes blanks to FALLBACK_DESCRIPTION upstream, so the
branch was unreachable in production — but make the function safe in isolation:
a blank now bridges only another blank (date+öre identity), never a described row.
No live behaviour change; removes the footgun.

Per-account bank reconciliation + overdue/inbox/privacy fixes (#619)
* feat(reconciliation): scope bank reconciliation per cash account via transactions.cash_account_id A company with two same-currency cash accounts (e.g. checking 1930 + a savings account) saw every SEK transaction on every account, and the status card summed across both — reconciliation filtered transactions by CURRENCY while filtering GL lines by ACCOUNT (issue #604). Bind each bank transaction to the cash_accounts row it settled on: - New nullable transactions.cash_account_id FK (ON DELETE SET NULL — a bank transaction is räkenskapsinformation, BFL 7 kap, and must survive cash-account deletion) + a best-effort 4-pass backfill. - All reconciliation/transaction queries scope to the selected account with a NULL->currency fallback, so legacy/un-backfilled rows never disappear mid-backfill. - ingestTransactions stamps cash_account_id from the batch's settlementAccount; categorize + manualLink resolve and use it. - Bank leg now books to the transaction's actual settlement account via applySettlementAccount (no-op for 1930), so interest/fees on a savings/EUR account reconcile instead of mis-booking to 1930. - manualLink cross-checks the transaction's account and requires a voucher line on the selected account (no silent cross-account links). - BankReconciliationView: quick-book menu for any settlement account, in-flight request abort on account/date switch, 500-row truncation notice, per-account state reset. - pg-real coverage for the FK, all backfill passes, account-scoped query isolation, and cross-company isolation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): stop marking paid invoices and credit notes as overdue update_overdue_supplier_invoices() (the daily pg_cron job) flipped every past-due 'registered'/'approved' row to 'overdue' without looking at the outstanding balance. Credit notes — created 'registered', remaining 0, due today — got flipped the next day, surfacing as "Förfallen" with "kvar att betala 0 kr"; so did any fully-paid invoice left in 'registered'/'approved'. Guard the cron on remaining_amount > 0.005 (the "fully paid" threshold used by the payment/match paths) and is_credit_note = false, and backfill the rows already mis-flagged (credit notes -> 'registered', paid -> 'paid' with paid_at stamped only when missing). pg-real coverage for the guarded function and the one-off backfill. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoice-inbox): refresh dokumentinkorg on realtime row changes The InvoiceInboxWorkspace only refetched on mount and on explicit in-component actions. When an inbox item was resolved out of band — the in-app agent sheet committing a staged create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox / book-direct op, the /pending page approving one, or another tab booking it — none of those paths called fetchItems(), so the booked underlag stayed in "Att göra" until a manual reload (issue #600). Add invoice_inbox_items to the supabase_realtime publication (mirrors the /pending fix in 20260520120100) and subscribe in the workspace, refetching the whole list on any change so derived status/counts/ordering stay authoritative. RLS scopes the channel to the user's company. fetchItems now preserves optimistic upload placeholders so a refetch firing mid-upload can't drop an in-flight row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(privacy): disclose EU AI inference via Amazon Bedrock (eu-north-1) Update the privacy policy and DPA to state that AI inference, when AI features are enabled, runs inside the EU via Amazon Bedrock (eu-north-1, Stockholm) using Anthropic's Claude models — no transfer to a third country, prompts not retained after the call or used for model training. Add AWS as a subprocessor row and refresh the "last updated" dates. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename invoice_inbox_realtime to avoid version collision main's #617 shipped 20260605120000_transactions_original_description.sql — the same version this branch used for the inbox-realtime publication. The Supabase migration tracker keys on the numeric version, not the filename, so the preview branch failed with a duplicate-key error on supabase_migrations.schema_migrations (version 20260605120000 already exists). Rename to the unique version 20260605120500; the body (ALTER PUBLICATION) is order-independent. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): align run guard with status; harden filter interpolation Addresses PR review (greptile + compliance swarm): - The v1 and core bank/run routes rejected an unknown account uniformly, including the default '1930', while the status routes were lenient for '1930'. A company reconciling its primary SEK account without a cash_accounts row got 200 from status but 400 from run. Make run match status: '1930' falls back to currency-only scoping (cashAccountId undefined); non-default unknown accounts are still rejected. Adds a test. - /api/transactions accepts a user-supplied `currency` query param that was interpolated raw into a PostgREST .or() filter. Reject anything that isn't a 3-letter ISO code — RLS already scopes to the company, but an unsanitized value could otherwise malform/widen the filter. Assert currency/cashAccountId shape in scopeTransactionsToAccount as well. - categorize: log (instead of silently swallowing) a cash_accounts settlement-account lookup error, so a fall-back-to-1930 mis-booking is observable in the audit log. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): correct backfill UPDATE..FROM join; idempotent realtime publication Two SQL errors that only surface on real Postgres (CI pg-real + Supabase preview) — the unit suite mocks Supabase, so neither was caught locally. - Backfill pass (a): `UPDATE transactions t ... FROM journal_entry_lines jel JOIN cash_accounts ca ON ca.company_id = t.company_id` referenced the UPDATE target `t` inside the FROM join's ON clause, which Postgres rejects ("invalid reference to FROM-clause entry for table t"). Move the company match to WHERE; the JOIN now relates jel<->ca only. Semantics unchanged. - invoice_inbox_realtime: `ALTER PUBLICATION ... ADD TABLE` is not idempotent (SQLSTATE 42710 if the table is already a member). The earlier version-collision push partially applied it on the Supabase preview branch, so the re-apply errored. Guard with a pg_publication_tables existence check. Both statements validated against a real Postgres: the single-line tx binds, the two-bank-line transfer stays NULL, and the publication add runs twice cleanly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): backfill pass (c) uses array_agg, not min(uuid) Postgres has no min() aggregate for uuid, so pass (c)'s min(id) raised "function min(uuid) does not exist" on apply (CI pg-real + Supabase). The HAVING count(*) = 1 already guarantees one row per group, so (array_agg(id))[1] returns that single id. Validated the full backfill (all four passes) and the overdue migration against a real Postgres: every pass binds / falls through as intended, and the overdue guard + backfill produce the right statuses. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(compliance): add RoPA entry for Amazon Bedrock AI inference (GDPR Art.30) The privacy policy now discloses AI inference (transaction categorization + document/receipt OCR) via Amazon Bedrock as a processing activity, but .compliance/ropa.yaml had no matching Art.30 record. Add it: opt-in consent basis, EU-region (eu-north-1) inference with no third-country transfer, prompts not retained or used for model training. Mirrors the privacy-page disclosure shipped in this PR. Mcp/template data feedback (#617)
* fix(booking-templates): scope template list to the active company GET /api/settings/booking-templates relied solely on the btl_select RLS policy, which is membership-wide (user_company_ids) and returns templates from every company the user belongs to. A user who owns multiple companies saw all their templates merged regardless of which company was active. Narrow the list in the API layer (mirroring counterparty-templates) to system + the active company + the active company's team. RLS stays the security backstop; this fixes the cross-company merge within a single user's own view (it was never a cross-tenant data leak). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): show proper message for duplicate bank file upload The bank file import page mis-parsed the structured error envelope ({ error: { code, message, details } }), so a BANK_FILE_DUPLICATE (409) fell through to the generic "Kunde inte läsa filen" fallback. The upload step also hardcoded that same string as the error heading, so duplicates were doubly misreported as parse failures. - Parse the structured envelope by error.code; surface error.message for all codes instead of rendering the error object. - Add a dedicated BANK_FILE_DUPLICATE message using the importedAt / importedCount details the route already returns. - Add an optional errorTitle prop to BankFileUploadStep (defaults to the previous text) and pass "Filen är redan importerad" for dupes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tests): add comprehensive tests for recordateEntry, inbox-linking, and external-id handling - Implemented unit tests for recordateEntry in the bookkeeping module to validate various scenarios including date changes, non-posted entries, and fiscal period restrictions. - Created tests for inbox-linking status in pending operations to ensure correct handling of invoice inbox items and supplier invoices, addressing historical bugs related to status updates. - Added tests for external-id utilities to ensure consistent handling of monetary amounts and deduplication keys across different transaction sources. - Introduced new functions in external-id.ts for stable external ID generation and normalization of imported descriptions, enhancing transaction deduplication reliability. feat(migrations): add new database migrations for transaction handling - Created migration to exclude storno and correction vouchers from unmatched GL lines, ensuring accurate reconciliation. - Added a migration to preserve original bank transaction descriptions in a new immutable column, allowing for user edits while maintaining audit trails and deduplication integrity. * feat(migrations): add function to exclude storno/correction vouchers from unmatched GL lines * feat(transactions): enhance transaction handling with improved description normalization and preloaded original entries --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(mcp): expose multi-tx RPCs (match_batch_allocate + bulk_book_transactions) (#614)
* feat(bulk-book): manual booking mode + document inheritance Two pieces of user feedback from PR #606: 1. "How come it is only mallar? Is it not possible to have manuell bokfoering?" - BulkBookDialog was template-only. Added a Tabs primitive with Mall / Manuell tabs. Manual tab pre-fills lines from the selected txs (one line per tx on 1930 + counterparty placeholder on 3001/5800 by direction), then the user edits Konto / Debet / Kredit / Beskrivning. Live balance + bank-leg checks drive the confirm button - same invariants the RPC enforces server-side. 2. "Documents attached does not follow into the bookkeeping. And if there are two different documents attached, none of them follow." The bulk_book_transactions RPC now propagates each tx's document onto the target verifikat (new in Branch B, existing in Branch A) as verifikationsunderlag. Per BFL 5 kap 6§ + BFNAR 2013:2 kap 4 a verifikat may have multiple underlag; every receipt that justified a tx is now retention-protected on the combined entry. The dialog shows a small count chip ("N bilagor foeljer med") so the user sees what will inherit. Also dropped p_user_id from the RPC signature (round-3 hardening pattern applied consistently across all multi-tx RPCs after PR #607). Caller resolves from auth.uid() inside the function. Schema: BulkBookSchema is now a 3-way XOR (existing_journal_entry_id | template_id+mode | manual_lines), with manual_lines validated as accountNumber + nonNegativeAmount per line. pg-real tests: - doc inheritance into a new combined verifikat (mixed: 2 of 3 txs have docs - docs_linked should be 2, not 3) - doc inheritance into an existing posted verifikat (link branch) - manual lines path (no template expansion artifacts in the resulting JE - just the 2 user lines) - unbalanced manual lines still rejected by BULK_BOOK_UNBALANCED Migration applied to remote. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bulk-book): PR #610 review - pg-real signature, account allowlist, account-number validity Three review findings on PR #610: 1. pg-real failure: 2 link-existing tests still used 5-arg SELECT bulk_book_transactions($1::uuid[], $2, $3, $4, $5) after the userId removal. My earlier replace_all caught only the patterns that had ::jsonb on $3; the link-existing tests pass null for new_entry and used a bare $3 so they slipped through. (Greptile P1) 2. Manual lines bypassed chart_of_accounts validation. A typo or adversarial caller could post to a BAS account that doesn't exist in this company's chart, corrupting the hauptbok and breaking SIE export. Both compliance-swarm (OWASP V2.3) and swedish-compliance flagged this. Added a single-roundtrip allowlist check in the route: query chart_of_accounts for distinct account_numbers in manual_lines and reject with BULK_BOOK_INVALID_ACCOUNT if any are missing or inactive. 3. UI canConfirm guard missed invalid account numbers. Account input allows 1-3 digits and JS string comparison '193' >= '1900' is false, so a 3-digit entry escapes bankLineNet, the bank match could pass via other lines, and the server returned 400 only after submit. Added previewLines.every(l => /^\d{4}$/.test(l.account_number)) to canConfirm so the Confirm button stays disabled inline. (Greptile P2) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bulk-book): PR #610 round 2 - RPC chart-of-accounts, doc tenant isolation, GRANTs Seven compliance findings from the round-1 bot reviews: Migration (20260602121000_bulk_book_round2_fixes.sql): - RPC chart-of-accounts allowlist (defense-in-depth): every line in p_new_entry.lines is now verified to be an active BAS account for p_company_id. Closes the gap where the template branch and direct DB callers (psql, future MCP) bypassed the route's manual-branch check. Returns BULK_BOOK_INVALID_ACCOUNT with the offending list. (OWASP V8.2.1 + SOC 2 CC6.3) - Document inheritance CTE: added "AND d.company_id = p_company_id" to the UPDATE join so the tenant isolation is enforced on both sides (tx + doc), not just the tx side. Four bots converged on this finding (V1.2.5, A.8.2, CC6.6, swedish-compliance). - Bank-leg range check: "length(account_number) = 4 AND account_number BETWEEN '1900' AND '1999'" replaces the bare lexicographic comparison. Lexicographic-on-4-digit is safe today; the length guard is defense-in-depth against schema drift. (swedish-compliance) - Explicit role grants: REVOKE ALL FROM PUBLIC + GRANT EXECUTE TO authenticated on both bulk_book_transactions and match_batch_allocate. (SOC 2 CC6.1) UI (BulkBookDialog): - Manual-mode prefill no longer suggests a hardcoded 3001/5800 counterpart. Reason (swedish-compliance): a user accepting the prefill could submit a verifikat with no VAT line (26xx), under-reporting utgaaende moms. The bank side stays pre-filled (unambiguous); the counterpart row scaffolds blank for the user to choose. Schema (BulkBookSchema): - manual_lines.debit_amount + credit_amount bounded at 99,999,999 SEK per line. Catches typos before the RPC. (compliance-swarm V4.5) i18n: - docs_inherit_hint terminology: "bilaga" -> "verifikationsunderlag" and an explicit "sparas i 7 ar enligt BFL 7 kap" reminder. swedish-compliance flagged that "bilaga" risks users treating the files as deletable attachments rather than retention-bound raekenskapsinformation. Migration applied to remote. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(test): seed chart_of_accounts in bulk-book pg-real seedTenant The round-2 RPC fix added a chart_of_accounts allowlist check inside bulk_book_transactions, but the test fixtures don't seed COA — so every existing test that submits lines (1930, 3001, 2611, etc.) now returns BULK_BOOK_INVALID_ACCOUNT instead of the expected error code. Seed the 8 accounts the suite actually uses directly in seedTenant (cheaper than calling seed_chart_of_accounts which inserts the full BAS 2026 chart). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(mcp): expose match_batch_allocate + bulk_book_transactions as MCP tools Surfaces the multi-tx flows shipped in PRs #603/#606/#608/#610 so Claude Desktop/Code can drive them via chat. - migration 20260603120000: expand pending_operations.operation_type CHECK to include match_batch_allocate, bulk_book_transactions, plus undo_sie_import (which was missing from prior expansions despite being wired in risk-tiers.ts and the commit dispatcher). - types/index.ts: extend PendingOperationType. - lib/pending-operations/risk-tiers.ts: match_batch_allocate = medium (same tier as single-tx match), bulk_book_transactions = high (creates a verifikat with arbitrary lines, same surface as create_voucher). - lib/pending-operations/commit.ts: thin commit handlers that call the SQL RPCs and translate the structured error envelope. The RPCs themselves do all the locking, balance checks, JE creation, voucher number, payment/junction rows, and doc inheritance. - extensions/general/mcp-server/server.ts: two new tool definitions. Both stage via stagePendingOperation with period_status hint and pre-validate inputs (direction, sum-equals-tx-abs, same-date, not-already-booked) so the agent gets a clear error inline before the RPC runs. - payload-size.bench: bump from 30K to 31K tokens (with rationale). Two new tools earn the bump; descriptions already trimmed to fit the <=280-char description limit. Migration applied to remote and version aligned with local filename. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): PR #614 review - allocation guard, IDOR pre-check, currency + JE-date Round-1 review fixes on PR #614: - Greptile P1: per-allocation invoice_id / supplier_invoice_id guard. The inputSchema marks both as optional (they're mutually exclusive by kind), so JSON Schema can't express "X required iff Y=A". Added explicit check in the execute handler: customer_invoice rows must carry invoice_id; supplier_invoice rows must carry supplier_invoice_id. - OWASP V8.2.1: IDOR pre-check on match_batch_allocate. Verify every invoice / supplier_invoice referenced in the allocations belongs to this company BEFORE staging. The RPC re-checks (BATCH_INVOICE_NOT_FOUND), but failing fast at the MCP layer gives the agent a clear error. - OWASP V8.2.1: same pre-check on bulk_book_transactions for existing_journal_entry_id. Fetches the JE at stage time, verifies status=posted and company_id, throws if not found. - swedish-compliance: currency homogeneity check on bulk_book. Mixed SEK + EUR in one samlingsverifikat violates BFL 5 kap 6§ st 3 motpart clarity. Cross-currency batches go through match_batch_allocate instead (which handles FX diff on 7960/3960). - swedish-compliance: period-lock check on the link-existing branch now uses MAX(tx_date, JE.entry_date), not just tx_date. Otherwise a tx in an open period could attach to a verifikat in a locked period and the guard would miss it. - A.8.11 + CC7.2: sanitised RPC error logging. log.error now emits only { code, message } instead of the full error object — error.details can echo invoice IDs, amounts, and counterparty identifiers. Not actioned (PR-comment, no code change): - V2.3 double-validation in commit handler — RPC enforces balance, accounts, bank-leg via the chart_of_accounts allowlist (PR #610 round 2). Commit handler is a thin pass-through by design. - A.8.2 step-up approval for high-tier ops — architectural change affecting all high-tier ops, not PR-scoped. - V2.4 rate limiting on bulk endpoints — platform-level concern. - 0.005 epsilon / account-class allowlist — pre-existing patterns. - undo_sie_import storno requirement — separate RPC, this PR only backfilled the missing CHECK constraint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): PR #614 round 2 - trust-boundary comments + balance pre-check + audit log Round-2 review fixes (compliance-swarm went 14 -> 9 after round 1; remaining HIGHs are all "do the same tenant check at multiple layers"). The bot itself offers the alternative: "or document and reference the specific RPC line that enforces this." Following that. - commit.ts: trust-boundary comment blocks on both commitMatchBatchAllocate and commitBulkBookTransactions, citing the exact RPC + migration where tenant isolation + chart_of_accounts allowlist are enforced authoritatively. The commit handler stays a thin pass-through by design; re-querying would triple the same check without adding security. (V8.2.1, A.8.2) - commit.ts: structured success-path log.info() on both handlers with companyId, operationType, journal_entry_id, and tx count. No raw amounts or IDs that could echo PII. (V16) - server.ts: balance pre-check on bulk_book create-new path. RPC enforces BULK_BOOK_UNBALANCED authoritatively, but failing fast at staging gives the agent a clear error before pending_operations is even touched. (V2.3 / swedish-compliance) Not actioned this round: - V2.2 oneOf/if-then-else in JSON Schema for mutual exclusivity — JSON Schema vocabulary support is shaky across MCP clients; runtime check in execute() is the canonical pattern across the existing toolset. - CC6.1 generic error string to caller — RPC error codes are user-actionable (BULK_BOOK_UNBALANCED, BATCH_INVOICE_NOT_FOUND); a generic string would degrade UX. - CC7.2 audit RPC RAISE messages for PII — separate audit; not PR-scoped. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): PR #614 round 3 — last 5 LOWs + salary_run/agi constraint backfill Compliance-swarm went 14 → 9 → 5 (all LOW). Cleaning the last 5 + the swedish-compliance findings. - migration 20260603121000: backfill create_salary_run + generate_agi into pending_operations.operation_type CHECK. Both have risk-tier entries and commit executors but were never added (same bug class as undo_sie_import). Production has no rows of either type today. (swedish-compliance) - server.ts: Number.isFinite guard in bulk_book balance pre-check. Number(x) || 0 silently treats NaN as 0 — a malformed amount could pass the balance check by accident. (compliance-swarm A.8.28) - server.ts: count-equality + missing-set assertion in match_batch_allocate tenant pre-check. Belt-and-suspenders so a null/undefined row in the Supabase JSON response can't pass silently. Same pattern on both invoice and supplier_invoice branches. (CC6.1) - server.ts: fix BFL paragraph citation in currency-homogeneity comment. Was "BFL 5 kap 6§ st 3", should be "BFL 5 kap 2§" (SEK denomination) read with 5 kap 6§ (valutakurs). (swedish-compliance) - server.ts: clarify 0.005 tolerance comment — it's for floating-point equalisation only, not a rounding allowance. RPC enforces exact balance to the öre. (swedish-compliance) - commit.ts: expand audit-log txId comment — included intentionally for trail-to-source join, scoped to companyId already logged. (compliance-swarm A.8.15/CC7.2) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): PR #614 round 4 — Swedish plural typo + balance comment parity + agent-routing hint Round-3 review caught: - swedish-compliance: \`kundfakturaor\` typo (real räkenskapsinformation defect under BFL 5 kap 7§). Swedish plural for \`kundfaktura\` is \`kundfakturor\` (drop the final \`a\`, add \`or\`), same for \`leverantörsfaktura\` → \`leverantörsfakturor\`. Fixed via slice(-1) + 'or'. - swarm A.8.28: match_batch_allocate balance tolerance check was missing the equivalent "RPC enforces exact balance" comment that bulk_book has. Added. - swedish-compliance: currency-mismatch error message now routes the agent to gnubok_match_batch_allocate for cross-currency allocations instead of letting it retry with hand-built FX lines. Not actioned (out of pattern / out of scope): - Integer arithmetic for balance checks (codebase pattern is float + epsilon; would diverge from match_batch_allocate, supplier-payment, invoice-payment, etc.) - DSD docs / runbook for txId-in-log and stripped-error.details trade-offs (out of PR scope; tracked separately) - Link-existing target verifikat description match (architectural; every link-existing op would need this) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(mcp): expose link_transaction_to_journal_entry as MCP tool The REST endpoint /api/transactions/[id]/link-journal-entry already lets the duplicate-payment UI attach a bank tx to an already-posted verifikat without creating new bookkeeping. Agents had no equivalent — closing that parity gap so users on Claude can match bank txs against vouchers they booked manually. The core link logic moves to lib/transactions/link-journal-entry.ts so both the REST route and the new commit handler share one implementation (preserves all structured-error codes, optimistic-lock invoice update, and compensating rollback). New 'link_transaction_journal_entry' op type wired through the risk tiers (medium), TOOL_SCOPE_MAP (transactions:write), and dispatcher. Bumps the tools/list payload-size ceiling 31K → 31.5K — same family bump PRs #603/#606 made when adding match_batch_allocate / bulk_book_transactions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): PR #614 round 5 — bot findings on link_transaction_journal_entry Addresses the swedish-compliance + compliance-swarm findings on commit 5b884c3a: 1. **CHECK constraint backfill** — new migration adding 'link_transaction_journal_entry' to pending_operations.operation_type. Same bug class as the salary_run/agi backfill in 20260603121000; without it, every staged op would be rejected silently in production (BFL 5 kap 6–7§ audit-trail gap). 2. **Payment-date exchange rate** — invoice_payments.exchange_rate now uses transaction.exchange_rate (rate on payment date) instead of invoice.exchange_rate (rate on invoice date), per BFL 5 kap 2§ + ML 8 kap 21–23§. The full 3960/7960 posting still belongs to createInvoicePaymentJournalEntry by contract — this path only links to an EXISTING verifikat. 3. **voucherLabel format centralized** — exported formatVoucherLabel helper returns the canonical `A-12` format (with hyphen, matches gnubok_link_invoice_to_voucher and SIE #VER cross-references). Both the MCP staging preview and the committed service result import it, so the user can't approve one label and have a different one land in the audit trail. 4. **Rollback warn log restored** — txLog.warn-equivalent (IDs only, no PII) when the compensating rollback itself fails, surfacing partial-state gaps for reconciliation per GDPR Art.5(1)(f) / SOC 2 CC7.2. Lost in the refactor that extracted the shared service; now present in both rollback call sites. 5. **Commit-layer log.info** — structured success log mirroring commitMatchBatchAllocate / commitBulkBookTransactions (companyId, tx/JE IDs, settledInvoice boolean). No raw amounts or counterparty names. 6. **Data minimization on invoice fetch** — explicit column list replaces select('*, customer:customers(name)') in the shared service; the MCP staging pre-check now fetches only invoice_number + remaining_amount (drops total + paid_amount). voucher_description omitted from preview_data per Art.25. Test impact: existing route + dispatcher tests updated to expect `A-12` instead of `A12`. All 4308 tests pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): correct FX bookkeeping + UI for match-invoice flow User report: matching a 230 SEK bank tx against a 140 USD invoice produced 1930 Dr 2 142,50 / 1510 Cr 2 142,50 — fictitious numbers that didn't match either the bank receipt or the booked AR. Root cause: the preview route called resolveSekAmount(tx.amount, null, INV.currency, INV.rate), treating the SEK tx number as if it were in the invoice's currency and multiplying by the invoice's stored rate. Both the preview and the commit then used the bogus number on both legs and silently dropped the FX gain/loss. A second issue surfaced in the same dialog: for a 1 250 SEK invoice with a prior 230 SEK partial, the comparison row showed "Differens: 250 kr" (off the original total) instead of "20 kr" (off the actual 1 020 kr remaining). This patch: 1. **New shared helper** lib/bookkeeping/invoice-payment-lines.ts - buildInvoicePaymentClearingLines(tx, invoice, description) → bank-leg, AR-leg, fx-diff, and a balanced line array. Bank-leg is always the actual SEK that hit the bank (resolveSekAmount with the TX's currency context, honouring tx.amount_sek when set). AR-leg is the SEK value of the customer-debt reduction at the invoice's stored rate. Diff posts to 3960 (gain) or 7960 (loss) so the verifikat balances per BFL 5 kap 4–5§. Mirrors the match_batch_allocate RPC's contract: when the tx is cross-currency, the single match fully clears the invoice's remaining amount. 2. **Preview route** uses the helper for the clearing branch — replaces the buggy resolveSekAmount call. Now byte-identical to what commit builds. 3. **Match-invoice POST** uses the helper + createJournalEntry directly for the clearing path, bypassing createInvoicePaymentJournalEntry on this single flow. mark-paid and other callers of that function still work as before (full payment + caller-supplied exchangeRateDifference). 4. **InvoiceMatchDialog** compares the bank tx against invoice.remaining_amount (not invoice.total) for both customer and supplier branches; cross-currency dialogs now show the different- currencies warning instead of a meaningless numeric diff. The dialog's invoice card also displays remaining_amount. 8 new unit tests cover same-currency full/partial, cross-currency gain/loss, exact match (no FX line), sub-öre tolerance, and USD-on-USD with pre- populated amount_sek. All 4316 tests pass. Scope note: this expands PR #614 beyond the original "expose multi-tx RPCs as MCP tools" since the same FX bug class affected the new MCP tool too (round 5 already addressed the invoice_payments.exchange_rate side). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): PR #614 round 7 — CI build + 4 HIGH bot findings Core Build was failing on e29a0ba2/5e9d4c3d due to a TypeScript type-cast error in linkTransactionToJournalEntry. Plus the swedish-compliance review flagged four substantive bugs in my recent commits. 1. **TS build error** — `invoice = invoiceRow as typeof invoice` inferred `never` because the LHS type included `null`. Switched to a named `FetchedInvoice` alias and `as unknown as FetchedInvoice`. 2. **TOOL_SCOPE_MAP missing two write-capable tools** (🟠 HIGH OWASP V8.2.1). `gnubok_match_batch_allocate` and `gnubok_bulk_book_transactions` (added in PRs #603/#606) were never registered, meaning any API key could invoke them regardless of scope. Backfilled both with `transactions:write`. 3. **`paymentExchangeRate` fallback wrong-date rate** (swedish-compliance). `transaction.exchange_rate ?? invoice.exchange_rate ?? null` falls back to the INVOICE date's rate when the tx rate is null. Per ML 8 kap 21–23§ the payment row must record the PAYMENT-date rate. Removed the fallback — `null` is correct when the tx is SEK; downstream lookups can populate it lazily from Riksbanken if needed. 4. **Currency-mismatch corrupts paid_amount** (swedish-compliance). The link path was accumulating `tx.amount` into `invoice.paid_amount` without checking that the currencies matched. A 230 SEK tx applied to a USD invoice would record "230 USD paid" silently. Added explicit LINK_TX_INVOICE_CURRENCY_MISMATCH guard (400) — cross-currency settlement must go through the match-invoice flow which routes through buildInvoicePaymentClearingLines. 5. **Cross-currency PARTIAL overstates FX gain/loss** (swedish-compliance, BFL 5 kap 4–5§). `buildInvoicePaymentClearingLines` was crediting the FULL invoice remaining to 1510 on every cross-currency match — zeroing the GL balance while the invoice row stayed at status=partially_paid, and booking a fake huge FX diff to 3960/7960. Fix: only book FX-diff when `bankSek >= arSekFullRemaining`. Partials default to 1930 = 1510 = bankSek, deferring the FX adjustment to the final settlement (or to a manual mark-paid with explicit exchange_rate_difference). Documented the helper as customer-invoice- only (supplier-side has different DR/CR polarity and goes through match_batch_allocate RPC). Test impact: 1 helper test updated to match the defer-on-ambiguous-loss behavior, 1 new test covers the partial-defers-FX path explicitly. All 4317 tests pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): PR #614 round 8 — close out remaining bot findings CI green on round 7 (4 of 4 checks), HIGH count 2 → 1. Round-8 closes the remaining HIGH and the smaller doc/guard items. 1. **PI1.3 risk acknowledgment restored** (SOC 2 HIGH). The shared rollbackTxLink helper already had warn-level logging on rollback failure, but the explicit PI1.3 reference comment from the original route was lost in the refactor. Added inline so the reconciliation- gap risk is visible to future maintainers. 2. **MCP currency-mismatch pre-stage check.** gnubok_link_transaction_to_ journal_entry now fetches invoice.currency and rejects cross-currency matches before staging, saving the user an approval round-trip when the commit handler's LINK_TX_INVOICE_CURRENCY_MISMATCH guard would fire anyway. 3. **fxDiffSek JSDoc clarified.** The sign convention (positive = loss, negative = gain) is correct for verifikat balancing but counter- intuitive at a P&L glance. Documented explicitly + pointed callers needing a "gain" number at `bankSek - arSek`. 4. **Reject both invoice_id + supplier_invoice_id** on the same match_batch_allocate row (V4.5). Extra IDs previously leaked into preview_data silently. 5. **Reject zero-amount tx** in bulk_book_transactions direction guard (A.8.28). A txs[0].amount === 0 would have mis-classified the batch as 'expense'. Mirrors the existing guard in match_batch_allocate. 6. **Reject debit=0 && credit=0 lines** in bulk_book new_entry (BFL 5 kap 6§ — every verifikat line must represent a real bokföringspost with a non-zero amount). 7. **Data-minimization comments** added on the match-invoice preview route (amount_sek + exchange_rate fetch is for the FX-fix bank-leg math) and on the bulk_book_transactions preview_data block (aggregate counts only — no per-tx PII). Mirrors the pattern already documented on gnubok_link_transaction_to_journal_entry. Skipped: - 1510 vs 1515 (osäkra kundfordringar) — future improvement, needs reading the original invoice JE's account, not a single-tool fix. - transaction_description PII masking in preview_data — needs product call on the truncation strategy and would degrade approval-UX. - "invoice.match_confirmed event removed" finding — false positive; the event is emitted at lib/transactions/link-journal-entry.ts:270-280. All 4317 tests pass; payload-size guard still under ceiling. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): PR #614 round 9 — block cross-currency in single match-invoice path Closes the swedish-compliance finding from round-8 review: a SEK bank tx matched against a USD invoice through /api/transactions/[id]/match-invoice would silently corrupt invoice.paid_amount (accumulator treats SEK as USD) and flip a 140 USD invoice to status='paid' after a tiny partial. The round-6/7 FX fix corrected the JOURNAL ENTRY lines but the invoice STATE update still ran the same broken accumulator. Proper cross-currency settlement on this path requires converting tx.amount to invoice.currency at the bank-date rate AND storing invoice_payments rows with the right (amount, currency) pair. That's a larger design call that belongs in its own PR. This change blocks cross-currency on the single-allocation path: - New MATCH_INVOICE_CURRENCY_MISMATCH structured error (400, bilingual) - Same-currency check inserted right after MATCH_INVOICE_NOT_OPEN - Mirrors the LINK_TX_INVOICE_CURRENCY_MISMATCH guard added to the link path in round-7 - Routes the user to the multi-allocation flow (gnubok_match_batch_allocate) which DOES handle 3960/7960 FX-diff postings end-to-end Same-currency (SEK→SEK or USD→USD) remains fully supported including partials; the buildInvoicePaymentClearingLines helper handles those correctly. For SEK tx → USD invoice the user now gets a clean 400 error pointing at the right flow, instead of silently corrupted ledger state. 1 new route test covers the guard. All 4318 tests pass. Fix/m sprint fixes (#613)
* fix(dashboard): exclude ignored and already-triaged transactions from stale count The "Gamla transaktioner" widget counted transactions that had been ignored or already marked as is_business=true but not yet booked, so users saw a nag for a row they had already dealt with — and the /transactions inbox correctly hid it. Align the count with the inbox criterion (is_business IS NULL, is_ignored = false) so the widget clears when the row leaves the inbox. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): read entity_type from settings response wrapper The transactions page read entityRes.entity_type directly, but /api/settings returns { data: { entity_type, ... } }. The expression was always undefined, so setEntityType never fired and entityType stayed at its initial 'enskild_firma'. The template picker's entity_type filter then dropped every aktiebolag-tagged user template for AB customers — only entity_type='all' templates made it through. feat(transactions): bulk-book + is-booked predicate (#606)
* feat(transactions): bulk-book + is-booked predicate Closes the second of the two multi-tx ↔ multi-voucher flows from the original plan. Where PR #603's match_batch_allocate took 1 tx and spread it across N invoices (samlingsbetalning), this PR takes N bank transactions on the same day and rolls them up into ONE combined verifikat (samlingsverifikation per BFL 5 kap 6§ st 3) — the kiosk masshantering pattern the user explicitly asked for. ## Backend (Phase 3b) - **PL/pgSQL RPC** bulk_book_transactions: two branches, both atomic. 1. Link to existing posted verifikat (p_existing_journal_entry_id): no new JE. Validates the JE's 19xx net equals sum(tx.amount), inserts N transaction_voucher_links rows, and for N=1 also sets transactions.journal_entry_id (1:1 reader-path back-compat). 2. Create new combined verifikat (p_new_entry with pre-computed balanced lines): the route's applyTemplate() has already done ratio + VAT expansion per the chosen mode. The RPC validates the lines balance and the 1930 net matches sum(tx.amount), then commits via commit_journal_entry. Same security pattern as match_batch_allocate: company-member check via auth.uid(), SELECT … FOR UPDATE on each tx in id order, deterministic fiscal-period resolution (ORDER BY period_start DESC). - **Endpoint** POST /api/transactions/bulk-book — fetches template via RLS, expands per mode (one_line_per_tx | sum_per_account) using lib/bookkeeping/template-library.applyTemplate, passes the resulting lines to the RPC. On success emits one transaction.reconciled event per tx. - **22 new BULK_BOOK_* error codes** (sv + en) covering all guard paths. ## UI (Phase 5b) - **BulkBookDialog** — template picker + mode toggle (segmented control: en rad per transaktion / summera per konto) + live preview table with balance + bank-leg invariant indicators. Confirm only enabled when both pass. - **Multi-select inbox** — sticky action bar gains a "Bokför i klump" button gated by same-date + same-direction across selected txs. Tooltip explains the disabled state. ## Phase 6: is-booked predicate New lib/transactions/is-booked.ts. After multi-allocation and bulk- book, tx.journal_entry_id can be NULL even though the tx is anchored (via invoice_payments / supplier_invoice_payments / transaction_voucher_links). The helper checks all three storage locations so future readers don't falsely show multi-anchored txs as "unbooked". Companion getPrimaryJournalEntryId() resolves the best JE link to surface in UI. SQL mirror is_transaction_booked() exists from the PR #602 foundation migration. Existing readers (TransactionHistoryList, TransactionInboxCard) are not yet refactored to use the helper — that's a follow-up that touches per-tx JE links across multiple call sites. The helper is documented + tested so subsequent refactors are mechanical. ## Tests - tests/pg/bulk-book-transactions.pg.test.ts — 8 pg-real scenarios (happy path create-new with 3 txs, happy path link-existing, date mismatch, direction mismatch, amount mismatch, unbalanced lines, unauthorized). - app/api/transactions/bulk-book/__tests__/route.test.ts — 5 unit tests (schema XOR, link path, create-new with template fetch + applyTemplate, structured-error mapping). - lib/transactions/__tests__/is-booked.test.ts — 11 cases covering all three storage locations + primary-JE resolution. 26 unit tests pass on touched paths. RPC migration applied to remote via Supabase MCP. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bulk-book): PR #606 review round 1 + CI fixes Closes the build failure and the two real Greptile findings. ## CI - **core-only + Vercel build fail**: I used useMemo for selectedTransactions and bulkBookEligible on the transactions page without importing it. TypeScript build (`next build`) caught it with "Cannot find name 'useMemo'". Fixed the import. ## Review findings - **(P1) Currency mismatch returned BULK_BOOK_DIRECTION_MISMATCH** whose user-facing message blames direction. Mixed SEK + EUR batches would show "All transactions must be the same direction" which is factually wrong. Introduced dedicated BULK_BOOK_MIXED_CURRENCY code (sv + en) explaining the actual constraint, and switched the route to use it. - **(P1) Branch B (create-new) N=1 missed reconciliation_method='manual'**. Branch A's N=1 UPDATE sets it alongside journal_entry_id; Branch B's didn't, leaving the reconciliation_method NULL even though the single tx was reconciled via the same flow. Downstream readers (reconciliation reports, status indicators) would treat the two N=1 paths differently. New follow-up migration patches Branch B's final UPDATE. RPC patch applied to remote via Supabase MCP. 26 unit tests pass. fix(currency): transaction-date FX rate + mall bookings in SEK (#442) (#483)
* fix(currency): use transaction-date FX rate and post mall bookings in SEK (#442) Three related defects in non-SEK transaction handling: 1. Ingest priced every transaction in a batch at today's rate because fetchMultipleRates() was called without a date. Switch to a per- (currency, date) fetch via fetchExchangeRate() + Promise.allSettled, so each row stores Riksbanken's rate as of its own transaction date. 2. buildMappingResultFromTemplate emitted VAT/reverse-charge/output-VAT lines from Math.abs(transaction.amount) — the source-currency amount. Mall bookings on USD/EUR transactions therefore posted the journal entry in the wrong currency. Resolve to SEK once via resolveSekAmount() and reuse for every line, matching what createTransactionJournalEntry already does for the settlement line. 3. The Granska bokföring modal and the journal-entry detail page lacked a clear audit trail. The verifikation preview now renders in SEK with a separate original-currency subtitle in the header; the detail page gains a dedicated "Valutaomräkning" card above Kontorader showing the rate and original total. Also: replace truncate with break-all on the modal description so long UUID-style strings (e.g. BALANCE_CASHBACK-…) wrap instead of forcing horizontal overscroll. Tests: 4 new booking-templates cases (USD 25%, EUR fallback via exchange_rate, EU reverse-charge on USD, output VAT on USD income) and 2 new ingest cases (per-pair fetch dedup; no fetch for SEK rows). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(currency): wire SEK conversion into SwipeCategorizationView (#442 follow-up) Address Greptile review: - SwipeCategorizationView rendered JournalEntryPreview without amountSek, so the swipe flow had the same defect QuickReviewDialog had — a USD transaction showed the verifikation in source currency labeled SEK. Now resolves SEK once via resolveSekAmount, passes it to the preview, and shows SEK as the headline with the original-currency subtitle (parallel to QuickReviewDialog). - Drop the now-dead `currency` prop from JournalEntryPreviewProps and its remaining call site in QuickReviewDialog — the component hardcodes 'SEK' on display, so the prop was misleading. - Correct the misleading inline comment in ingest.ts: network failures resolve inside fetchExchangeRate to getFallbackRate() (non-null), so the key only stays unset on empty-observation responses or outright rejections. Ai/full autonomous flow (#359)
* Refactor bookkeeping error handling and introduce new error classes - Introduced new error classes for better error categorization: - JournalEntryNotBalancedError - FiscalPeriodNotFoundError - EntryDateOutsideFiscalPeriodError - JournalEntryNotFoundError - CannotReverseNonPostedError - CannotCorrectNonPostedError - EntryAlreadyReversedError - CurrencyRevaluationAlreadyExistsError - InvalidMappingResultError - BookkeepingDatabaseError - Updated existing functions in engine.ts and transaction-entries.ts to throw specific errors instead of generic ones. - Enhanced error response handling in get-error-message.ts to provide localized messages for new error types. - Added unit tests for new error classes and error handling functions to ensure correctness and coverage. * feat(ai): implement AI proposal application and persistence - Add apply.ts to handle the application of AI proposals, including match and booking steps. - Introduce persist.ts for inserting and managing AI requests and proposals, ensuring unique constraints. - Create re-validate.ts for validating proposals before acceptance, checking for stale conditions. - Define database migrations for ai_requests and ai_proposals tables, including constraints and indexes. - Enhance journal_entries with AI provenance tracking, linking entries to AI proposals. - Update categorization_templates to distinguish AI-corrected templates. - Add company settings for toggling AI flow and managing backfill processes. - Extend processing_history to include AI-related events for better tracking. * feat: add uncategorized transactions API and UI for transaction selection - Implemented a new API endpoint for fetching uncategorized transactions with pagination and filtering options. - Created ChangeTransactionDialog component for selecting alternative transactions based on AI proposals. - Developed ReceiptDetailDialog to display detailed information about receipts, including upload functionality. - Added TransactionDetailDialog for viewing transaction details with links to the transaction list. - Introduced receipt quality assessment logic to evaluate extracted receipt data. - Implemented feature flagging for the AI bookkeeping agent to control availability in different environments. * feat: add manual receipt extraction dialog and integrate AWS Textract for expense analysis - Added ManualExtractDialog component for user input when AI fails to extract receipt data. - Implemented ReceiptsList component to manage and display uploaded receipts, including upload and rescan functionalities. - Introduced Textract integration for analyzing expenses, extracting fields like total, vendor, and date. - Updated package.json to include @aws-sdk/client-textract dependency. * fix(ai): handle livsmedel VAT transition (12% → 6%) in booking prompt and re-validate guard Add date-aware guidance to BOOKING_SYSTEM_PROMPT for the temporary livsmedel VAT cut (Prop. 2025/26:55, 2026-04-01 to 2027-12-31), with restaurang/servering carve-out at 12%. Add a re-validate safety net that rejects clearly-stale rate labels for grocery-chain merchants relative to the entry date. fix: prevent silent data truncation in report generators (#257)
* fix: prevent silent data truncation in report generators Supabase PostgREST silently truncates queries at 1000 rows. Several report generators used bare .select() without fetchAllRows(), causing incomplete financial data — a BFL compliance violation. Wrapped 10 queries across 7 files with fetchAllRows(): - monthly-breakdown: journal_entry_lines (easily >1000/period) - ar-ledger: unpaid invoices - supplier-ledger: unpaid supplier invoices - salary-journal: salary_run_employees (+ optimized with !inner join) - vacation-liability: employees + salary_run_employees - full-archive-export: document_attachments + journal_entry IDs - ingest.ts: supplier invoices for auto-matching Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address Greptile review — try/catch and client-side safety checks - Wrap full-archive-export document fetch in try/catch to match the VAT section pattern — a failed document query should not prevent the rest of the archive from being generated. - Restore client-side year/status safety checks in salary-journal and vacation-liability as defense-in-depth against PostgREST !inner filter regressions, per BFL lönejournal and BFNAR 2016:10 compliance. Fiscal period and multi bank (#228)
* feat: add fiscal period backward chaining and entry date validation Support creating fiscal periods before the earliest existing period (backward chaining) for backfill scenarios, alongside the existing forward chaining. The engine now validates that entry dates fall within the selected fiscal period, with a Swedish error message. The journal entry form auto-selects the matching period and shows a warning with a CreatePeriodDialog when no period covers the entry date. * feat: support multi-bank-account for imports and reconciliation Plumb a configurable settlement account through the entire bank import pipeline — mapping engine, transaction entries, ingest, and reconciliation — so secondary bank accounts (e.g. 1931, 1932) work correctly instead of hardcoding 1930. Adds a get_unlinked_bank_lines RPC that generalizes the existing get_unlinked_1930_lines with a fallback for backwards compatibility. The bank file import UI now shows a bank account selector when multiple 19xx accounts exist. Also adds default_vat_code/sru_code to account creation and fixes uploadDocument argument order in enable-banking sync. |

fix: BankID fallback, bank import fixes, account deletion (#216)
* fix: BankID graceful fallback, bank import fixes, and account deletion - BankID: surface service_unavailable state in login/register with password fallback messaging; structured error codes in tic extension; poll failure counter in BankIdAuth avoids infinite retry when TIC API is down. - Transactions: allow deleting unbooked bank-synced and imported transactions (only posted entries remain protected); detect reconnect duplicates by also checking unbooked bank-synced rows in content-based dedup. - Enable Banking: key external_id by account iban/uid instead of connection id so reconnects don't create duplicates. - Bank import: detect SEB privatbanken CSV variant (Bokföringsdatum / Valutadatum headers) via regex. - Banking settings: replace full-screen sync loader with toast notifications. - delete_user_account: raise statement_timeout, pre-clear NO ACTION FK references, and disable audit/immutability triggers during CASCADE. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address Greptile review — ingest dedup scoping and migration EXCEPTION handler - ingest: split buildExistingTransactionMap into two maps. Booked rows (any source) remain consumed by any incoming raw transaction, but unbooked enable_banking slots are only consumed when the incoming raw transaction is also enable_banking. This preserves reconnect dedup while preventing false positives where a pending bank-synced row silently blocks a legitimately separate CSV row with the same date/amount. - delete_user_account: add EXCEPTION WHEN OTHERS handler that re-enables every legally required enforcement trigger before re-raising. Postgres transactional DDL already rolls back on abort, but the explicit guard makes the intent unambiguous and covers sub-transaction edge cases so enforcement triggers are never left disabled. feat: remove AI extensions, restructure settings, and add atomic voucher commits (#157)
Remove AI-dependent extensions (ai-chat, ai-categorization, receipt-ocr, invoice-inbox) and their infrastructure (lib/ai/*, ai-consent, LangChain/ Anthropic/OpenAI deps) to simplify core and reduce bundle size. Restructure monolithic settings page into dedicated sub-pages (company, bookkeeping, invoicing, tax, banking, api, account, team, templates) with shared layout and sidebar navigation. Add atomic commit_journal_entry RPC so voucher number increment and status update happen in a single transaction — prevents burned numbers on constraint failures. Add continuity check report and voucher gap explanation tracking. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat: move bank details from onboarding to first invoice creation (#140)
* feat: event log, pending operations, and MCP staging - Event log system: persist bus events to event_log table for external automation platforms. Batch insert for transaction.synced. Daily cleanup cron at 02:00 UTC. - Pending operations: MCP write tools (categorize, create customer, create invoice) now stage to pending_operations instead of executing directly. Users review and commit/reject from /pending in the web UI. - Granskning page: card-based review UI with expandable previews, commit/reject dialogs. Only shown in nav when pending ops exist. - Commit route re-executes using core lib functions (no extension imports). Guards against stale state (double-commit, deleted entities). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: stage new MCP write tools after main merge Add staging for 4 new write tools from #133: - mark_invoice_paid, send_invoice, mark_invoice_sent, match_transaction_invoice - Expand pending_operations CHECK constraint - Add commit executors with full execution logic - Add UI labels and generic preview component - Remove confirm parameter from categorize (single-call staging) - Fix UUID in pending op title (fetch transaction description) - Hide Granskning nav when no pending ops Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address PR review feedback - Fix TS build error: use `select('*, customer:customers(*)')` for match_transaction_invoice to avoid array type inference - Add status guard to commitSendInvoice (prevents duplicate sends) - Replace auth.admin.getUserById with user email from session auth - Restore optimistic lock check in commitMatchTransactionInvoice - Fix tool description typo: expense_software → expense_office Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add support contact links and improve SIE import UX Add a SupportLink component with a contact dialog throughout the app (nav, help page, settings, MFA, error pages, empty states). Improve SIE import flow with phased loading states, structured skip breakdowns, and an elapsed-time counter. Fix MFA enroll stale factor cleanup and URL encoding for settings return path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address PR review — open redirect, XSS, test cleanup, fallback email - Validate returnTo is a relative path in MFA enroll (prevents open redirect) - Add afterEach import to event-log-handler tests (fixes handler leak) - HTML-escape user-supplied subject and message in support email body - Replace hardcoded personal email with support@gnubok.se fallback Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: move bank details from onboarding to first invoice creation Bank details (account, bankgiro, invoice prefix) are now collected contextually when the user creates their first invoice, rather than during onboarding where most users skip them. This ensures invoices always have payment information on the PDF. - Remove onboarding step 5 (bank details), simplify to 4 steps - Delete Step6ConnectBank component - Add BankDetailsSetupDialog with bank account, bankgiro (Luhn), IBAN/BIC (collapsible), and invoice prefix fields - Intercept at "Granska & skapa" for invoice document type only (proforma and delivery notes pass through without bank details) - Show soft info banner on invoice form when bank details are missing - Add controlled mode (value/onChange) to BankNameCombobox for reuse Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address PR review — null-check race, escape key, starting number - Fix P1: use `hasBankDetails === false` instead of `!hasBankDetails` to avoid treating null (loading) state as missing bank details - Fix P2: remove onEscapeKeyDown override so keyboard users can dismiss the dialog (WCAG AA compliance) - Add starting invoice number field alongside prefix, so users can choose e.g. starting at 14 instead of 1 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: skip auto-categorization during bank sync when SIE overlap detected Prevents double-booking when bank transactions are synced for a period that already has journal entries from a SIE import. Reconciliation still links transactions to existing GL lines; only new journal entry creation is suppressed. A batch reconciliation sweep runs post-sync to catch additional matches.
