fix(salary): recompute entitled_days on existing ledger rows and record pre-cutover taken days (#1403)
The vacation ledger sync carried entitled_days verbatim on existing open rows while re-deriving accrued and taken, so a stale entitled value (for example the flat 25 stored before Semesterlagen 7 § pro-rating existed) survived every sync. The recompute loop now re-derives entitled the same way the lazy-seed path does, with the opening-balance cutover still outranking recomputation for the year containing cutover_date. Opening balances could also not record paid vacation days already taken in the cutover year under the previous payroll system. New additive column employee_opening_balances.vacation_days_taken_this_year (NUMERIC NOT NULL DEFAULT 0, CHECK 0..40) threaded through the shared service, the Zod schema, the MCP staging tool (schema + mergeable fields), the staged-operation executor, the v1 REST routes, and the employee editor form. Ledger semantics for the cutover year, on both seed and recompute paths: entitled = remaining + taken_this_year, taken = booked-run taken + taken_this_year, so remaining keeps meaning remaining and the seeded value survives every subsequent sync. fix(salary): report F-skatt compensation on FK131 only, not FK011 too (#1402)
* fix(salary): report F-skatt compensation on FK131 only, not FK011 too An F-skatt payee's cash compensation was passed through as grossSalary unconditionally while also being routed to fSkattPayment, so the same payment was double-reported in the AGI individuppgift as both FK011 (KontantErsattningUlagAG, underlag for arbetsgivaravgifter) and FK131 (KontantErsattningEjUlagSA). Per Skatteverket's AGI spec these fields are mutually exclusive for the same payment stream: F-skatt payments form no underlag for arbetsgivaravgifter. Fix at the data layer: generateAgiDeclaration now zeroes grossSalary for f_skatt payees so FK011 is never emitted for that payment, while fSkattPayment keeps carrying it to FK131. A generator-side guard was deliberately not used because an IU can legitimately carry both fields for genuinely mixed payments. The empty-IU filter already keeps f_skatt rows via fSkattPayment, so no individuppgift is dropped; FK487/avgifter totals were already correct (calculation engine sets avgifter_basis 0 for f_skatt) and are covered by a regression test. Both the dashboard route and the v1 public route call this helper, so both are fixed. fix(salary): book net deductions as settlement lines so salary entries balance (#1374)
* fix(salary): book net deductions as settlement lines so salary entries balance Net deduction line items were skipped entirely in createSalaryEntry, so the credit side (2710 tax + 1930 net) fell short of the gross debit by exactly the deducted amount and the balance trigger rejected the voucher. Net deductions now book on their mapped settlement account (1613 advance repayment, 2794 union fee, 7385 benefit co-payment, 2799 other; explicit account_number overrides), aggregated and undimensioned like the other settlement legs. The default mapping in account-mapping.ts moves off 7210 so payslip lines, the booking preview and the voucher all agree. Fixes #316 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): address compliance review on net-deduction accounts Label 7385 with its BAS 2026 name (Kostnader för fri bil) instead of the benefit-generic Bilförmån, document why the single benefit-payment item type defaults to 7385 with per-line override for other benefit kinds, and add a repayment-direction test (positive net deduction books as debit). fix(salary): exempt F-skatt compensation from arbetsgivaravgifter (#1372)
* fix(salary): exempt F-skatt compensation from arbetsgivaravgifter calculateAvgifterRate() never checked fSkattStatus, so F-skatt earners were charged the standard 31.42% employer contributions even though they pay their own egenavgifter. This overstated employer cost by ~31% and booked incorrect 7510/2731 entries. Add an early return in calculateAvgifterRate for f_skatt (rate 0, category exempt) before any age-based rules, and zero the avgifter basis in calculateSalary so salary reports and AGI totals do not carry a false contribution basis. The FK011/FK131 AGI rendering defect stays scoped to issue #315. Fixes #314 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(salary): assert full exempt return contract for F-skatt CodeRabbit review: calculateSalary does not read amount/basis from AvgifterCalculation, so the direct-return test must pin both to zero to catch a regression in the exempt early return. fix(salary): book lonevaxling pension provision from frozen run snapshot (#1382)
The book flow never populated pension_contribution/pension_slp, so a gross_deduction_pension line item reduced the salary entry but the 7410/2740 pension provision and 7533/2514 SLP lines were never posted. Derive both at the createSalaryRunEntries boundary from the run's frozen calculation_params.slpRate snapshot so the dashboard, MCP and v1 booking paths all emit the pension verifikat, and reuse the exact 1.058 factor via calculateLoneVaxlingPensionProvision shared with the planning calculator. feat(invariants): shared format contracts + upgrade-path CI (#1364)
* feat(invariants): centralise shared format contracts, reconcile the org-number paths
The same format rules were written out independently across the codebase, and
where they disagreed the disagreement was invisible until a filing failed.
Worst case, now fixed: four Skatteverket- and Bolagsverket-bound export paths
each had their own idea of a valid organisationsnummer.
lib/skatteverket/format.ts strip '-' only threw on any input with a space
lib/salary/ku/ku10-generator.ts replace('-', '') first hyphen only, spaces survived
lib/salary/agi/xml-generator.ts strip non-digits stray letters passed the length check
lib/bokslut/ixbrl/validate /^\d{6}-?\d{4}$/ rejected the 12-digit form, no Luhn
A company stored with a space or in 12-digit form could file AGI all year and
then fail at the arsredovisning deadline with a message that did not say why.
lib/invariants/ now owns account number, ISO date, four-digit fiscal year and
org number, each with the rationale recorded next to the rule. normalizeOrgNumber
moves here from lib/company-lookup/ and isSaneDateString from lib/utils.ts; both
old paths re-export, so no caller changes. lib/api/schemas.ts builds its
primitives on the module, so ~100 schemas inherit any correction.
The arsredovisning check-digit verdict is a warn, not an error: a wrong Luhn
digit is almost certainly a typo worth surfacing, but whether every org number
Bolagsverket accepts satisfies Luhn is a Swedish domain question we have not
verified against a primary source, and an error there blocks Skicka in. We do
not block a statutory filing on an unverified assumption.
KU10 still passes a 12-digit stored org number through unfolded. That is
pre-existing, and whether the KU10 schema wants 10 or 12 digits is not covered
by the swedish-payroll skill, so it is pinned by a test rather than changed
silently.
Guard 8 (hand-rolled-invariant) tracks the remaining 114 inline copies as a
ratchet that may only go down, same mechanism as the roundOre guard.

* test(ci): add an upgrade-path job that applies new migrations against real data
The pg-real job applies all 548 migrations to an EMPTY database. Empty means
zero rows, so a migration that adds a NOT NULL, adds a CHECK, creates a unique
index or backfills passes trivially in CI and can still fail on production,
where the rows exist. CI proved that a fresh install works; nothing proved that
an existing install upgrades.
The new pg-upgrade job: apply the schema as it stands at the merge base, seed a
small real company (three posted verifikat, balanced lines, one ore-level
amount), then apply ONLY the migrations this PR adds, then assert the data
survived (entries still posted, lines intact, ledger still balances, ore
unchanged, voucher numbers sequential). A PR with no migration no-ops.
Verified locally against supabase/postgres:15.8.1.060 rather than assumed, with
three deliberately bad migrations:
rescale money on posted lines empty: would pass seeded: ERROR (immutability trigger)
CHECK violating the ore row empty: exit 0 seeded: exit 3
NOT NULL on a populated column empty: exit 0 seeded: exit 3
Base migrations are read out of the merge-base git tree, not the working tree,
so a PR that edits an already-shipped migration still gets the original applied
and the edit surfaces as a failure here.

* docs: record the invariants and upgrade-CI decisions
Two entries covering what this PR changes and, more importantly, the calls that
are not obvious from the diff: why the arsredovisning check-digit verdict is a
warning rather than an error, why KU10's 12-digit passthrough is pinned instead
of fixed, and why the ROT/RUT brf org-number schemas stay on their own rule.

* docs(test): mark the upgrade fixture as CI-only, never a production template
The fixture writes posted journal_entries and their lines directly, bypassing
the engine and the atomic commit RPC. That is the only way to hand a migration
pre-existing posted rows to break, and it is safe against a throwaway CI
database, but it reads like a sanctioned pattern to anyone who finds it later.
Says so explicitly, with the reason it is confined here (no voucher sequence to
keep gapless, no retention obligation on a database destroyed with the job) and
a pointer back to Hard Rule 2 for anything touching a real database.
Raised by the Swedish compliance review bot on #1364.

fix(reports): stop the resultatavslut zeroing declarations, and make the mistake uninventable (#1293)
* fix(settings): explain why account deletion is blocked The delete-account button was disabled while the user still owned companies, but the reason only lived behind the "?" on the blocker row, so the greyed-out button read as broken. Surface it as one visible attn sentence directly under the button, and point aria-describedby at it whenever the button is disabled, not only on a load error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(enable-banking): share one PSD2 consent across a user's companies Connecting the same bank for a second company required a second BankID, and at SEB that new authorization silently revoked the first one. A user with four companies at one bank therefore signed four times a quarter and ended up with three dead feeds, each still rendering as "Aktiv" with a stale last_synced_at until someone pressed Synka. Prod says this is not one customer: every SEB customer holding connections in more than one company has had an earlier company stop syncing at the moment the next was authorized, most of them while the consent was still formally valid for weeks. The same measurement over other banks is far quieter, so the one-active-session-per-PSU limit is real and ASPSP-side. Enable Banking already supports the shape we want. POST /auth carries no account restriction, so a session covers every account the user ticked at the bank, and GET /accounts/{uid}/transactions takes no session id, so a second company can sync its own accounts from an existing session. bank_connections has no unique constraint on session_id, so this needs no migration. Adds lib/session-sharing.ts plus GET /reusable-sessions and POST /attach. When a live session in another of the user's companies still exposes accounts no company syncs, the settings panel offers to reuse it: the new row shares session_id and consent_expires, carries only the unclaimed accounts, and lands in pending_selection so the existing IBAN-aware account picker does the ledger mapping. Only the consent is shared; accounts, cash_accounts and transactions stay strictly per-company. Sharing a session changes three lifecycle paths, all handled here: - Disconnect and reconnect now refcount before revoking. A blind revoke would take down a sibling company's feed, which is the exact failure this removes. The count runs on a service-role client because RLS hides a sibling in a company the user has since left, and it fails closed: an uncertain count is treated as shared, since a lingering consent lapses on its own in 90 days while a wrongly revoked one kills a working feed. - A renewed consent fans out to every company sharing the old session, and re-points their account uids by IBAN. Several ASPSPs reissue uids on re-authorization, so carrying the session id alone would have left siblings calling retired uids and re-broken them every quarter. This is also why the superseded session_id is no longer nulled at /connect: the callback needs it. - The nightly probe runs once per distinct session and applies the verdict to every row holding it, and expiry mails are keyed per (user, session), so one dead consent is one probe and one mail rather than four of each. Only enabled cash_accounts rows count as claiming an IBAN. The callback mirrors every account in a consent, deselected ones included, so counting any row as a claim would leave nothing offerable once the first company connects. An account handed to a company also stops being offered while that company's picker is still open, closing the window where two companies could book the same physical account. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ink2): read the resultaträkning from the pre-closing books INK2R summed journal entries raw, so it included the resultatavslut that zeroes every P&L account into 2099 at year-end. Nettoomsättning, kostnader, periodiseringsfond and skatt all came out as 0, which cascaded into INK2S 7650/7651 and the taxable result. INK2 is always filed after bokslut, so this was every real declaration, and nothing warned: with the P&L at zero the balance sheet still tied out. INK2R now reads two views of the same period. The balance sheet comes from the closed books so 7302 keeps arets resultat via 2099; the income statement comes from the pre-closing books via excludeFinalClosingEntry, which drops only fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id so skatt and bokslutsdispositioner stay on the form (7525, 7528). The equity adjustment is now conditional on a posted closing entry having moved the result into 2099. Second, independent bug: accounts were mapped by BAS number with no regard for the sign of the balance, so konto 1630 with a credit was reported as a negative fordran instead of a skatteskuld and konto 2641 with a debit was netted off the liabilities. The three sign-reclassification rules the K2 iXBRL mapper already had are extracted to lib/reports/sign-reclassification .ts and applied to INK2R too, so both statutory reports present the same balance sheet. Only the rule table is shared: k2-mapper keeps its sumOre arithmetic because the iXBRL path is ore-exact while INK2R truncates per SFL 22:1. NE-bilaga had the same empty-resultatrakning bug and gets the same fix. Adds the closed-period coverage that was missing: the old tests only exercised the mapping table against an open period, the one state in which the engine happened to work. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): make the year-end closing decision explicit at every call site generateTrialBalance took two optional booleans, so a caller that never thought about the resultatavslut silently got 'include'. That is the wrong default for anything summing class 3-8: the closing verifikat posts the mirror image of every P&L account into 2099 inside the same period, so the report reads ZERO across the board while the balance sheet still ties out and nothing warns. The booleans are replaced by a required closingEntry: 'include' | 'exclude-final' | 'exclude-all-year-end' with no default, so the build fails until each call site decides. All 40 were audited individually; every one keeps its current behaviour except the two that were provably broken: - Resultatrapport read zero on every line for a closed year, in JSON, PDF and XLSX, and its prior-year comparison column read zero for anyone whose previous year was closed. - Resultat per projekt (dimension-pnl) had the same defect and must stay in lockstep with Resultatrapport to keep reconciling. Both now pass 'exclude-all-year-end', which keeps them agreeing with the formal Resultaträkning rather than pre-empting Stage 2 of #1051 (DECISIONS.md:632). Deliberately unchanged and recorded in DECISIONS.md: the KPI expense composition, which is blank for a closed year but cannot be fixed without a migration and a displayed-figure change, and getBookedBolagsskatt, whose contract is an open period and whose call chain already caused a too-high-tax customer bug once. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(vat): keep the resultatavslut out of the momsdeklaration The closing verifikat posts the mirror image of every P&L account into 2099 inside the same fiscal period. Revenue accounts drive rutor 05, 39 and 40, so any VAT period containing the fiscal-year end reported NEGATED turnover once the year was closed. get_vat_declaration_totals already excluded vat_settlement and opening_balance entries, but not this one. Reproduced read-only against production: for December of a closed year the December declaration reported ruta 39 = -794 734 kr. After the fix that period reports 0 and the January period carrying the real sale is unchanged at 794 734 kr. Keyed on fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id, not source_type = 'year_end': avskrivningar, periodiseringsfond and skatt share that source_type and must keep whatever VAT effect they carry. A reversed closing entry is retained together with its storno so the pair still nets to zero, the same predicate trial-balance.ts uses for closingEntry: 'exclude-final'. Migration applied to the staging branch only; prod gets it via merge. The pg test is written but has NOT been executed locally (no DATABASE_URL configured and no local Postgres), so CI is its first real run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(kpi): keep the resultatavslut off the monthly chart The monthly income/expense chart summed every posted entry in the fiscal period. The closing verifikat posts the mirror image of every P&L account, so once a year was closed the fiscal-year-end month charted the whole year's revenue as negative income. Measured read-only on production: 28 companies across 34 month-rows. The worst case charted December income as -10 347 459,81 kr where the real figure is +12,88 kr. Other examples: -1 868 731 -> +128 730, -1 850 501 -> +431 709. Both paths are fixed together so they keep agreeing: the RPC's monthly section now joins the tb_ex_ye_entries CTE it already computes for tb_ex_year_end, and monthly-breakdown.ts (the dimension-filtered fallback and the MCP path) gains the matching source_type filter plus the storno/correction chain of REVERSED year-end entries, so an undone bokslut does not leave half a pair behind. Migration 20260723180000 had recorded the omission as deliberate, on the grounds that it mirrored the JS scan. It did, but the JS scan was wrong. Migration applied to the staging branch (function body identical; three comment lines differ from the committed file). Prod gets the file via merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): pin every statement generator against a closed fiscal year The per-generator suites all exercised an OPEN fiscal period, which is the one state in which a generator that forgets the resultatavslut happens to work. Declarations are filed AFTER bokslut, so the untested state was the only state that occurs in production. That is why the same defect could ship three times. Two new suites over one shared fixture (closed-year-fixture.ts, a synthetic closed AB with a resultatavslut, a credit 1630 and a debit 2641): closed-year-statements.test.ts enumerates the generators and asserts each reports the year's revenue rather than zero, plus its own bottom line. The table IS the checklist: a new report either appears in it or nothing stops it shipping with this bug. Verified by regressing income-statement back to closingEntry 'include', which fails 2 of its assertions. cross-surface-agreement.test.ts asserts the surfaces agree with each other, which is what every customer complaint actually was. INK2R and the K2 årsredovisning must produce the same årets resultat, the same fritt eget kapital, the same sign reclassifications and the same balance total. The operational family (Resultaträkning, Resultatrapport) must agree internally, and the gap BETWEEN the families is asserted explicitly as bokslutsdispositioner + skatt, so when Stage 2 of #1051 lands the test names the expectation to change instead of failing vaguely. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(guards): ratchet against new reports that scan the ledger directly A statement generator that aggregates journal_entry_lines itself has to remember, on its own, that the resultatavslut posts the mirror image of every P&L account into 2099 inside the same fiscal period. Three forgot, and each read ZERO revenue for a closed year while the balance sheet still tied out, so nothing warned. generateTrialBalance now requires an explicit closingEntry mode, which makes that decision a compile error. This guard is what keeps NEW reports on that path: any generator under lib/reports or lib/bokslut that reads journal_entry_lines and is not in the baseline set fails CI. Verified by adding a throwaway report, which the guard rejects by name. Voucher and line listings (general-ledger, journal-register, SIE export, reconciliation, diagnostics) are sanctioned: they show the ledger as posted and have no closingEntry decision to make. Four existing lib/bokslut files are grandfathered rather than migrated. One of them is a genuine open follow-up recorded in DECISIONS.md: sarskild-loneskatt-calculator sums 7410-7419 with no year-end exclusion, so its basis reads ~0 if it runs against an already-closed period. Left alone deliberately: it is a tax figure whose call chain has caused a customer bug before and deserves its own verified change. Also ratchets naive-ore-round down 646 -> 641. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): pin where sign reclassification applies, in both directions No behaviour change. The sweep asked whether the 1630/2641 sign reclassification should be extended to the remaining balance-sheet surfaces; the answer is that there are none left. Both STATUTORY presentations already have it: the K2 iXBRL årsredovisning since 2026-07-23 and INK2R since 2026-07-29. The other two balance-sheet surfaces must NOT have it: /rapporter Balansräkning and Balansrapport are organised by account number under BAS-prefix headings, and balansrapport documents an invariant that depends on every row staying debit-positive where it was booked. Moving konto 1630 into a liability section would break the add-the-rows-to-verify-the-balance property and hide the account from anyone looking it up by number. Asserting both halves is the point. The first half stops the reclassification silently disappearing from one statutory surface again, which is how a customer ended up comparing two of our own reports against each other. The second half stops a future sweep "fixing" the operational reports into disagreeing with their own documented contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): detect statement disagreement instead of waiting for a customer Every year-end problem reported so far was a DISAGREEMENT between two of our own screens, not a single wrong screen. The årsredovisning said one figure, INK2 said another, and the customer did the reconciliation for us. Nothing in the product noticed, because each screen tied out on its own. Two additions: INK2R self-checks. On a closed year it compares the årets resultat it is about to declare against the booked konto 2099, and warns in Swedish when they disagree. This is the alarm that was missing: when INK2R reported 0 kr against a booked 469 542 kr, the balance sheet still balanced, so no warning fired. Mirrors the equivalent check k2-mapper has had since 2026-07-23, so both statutory reports now catch the same fault. reconcileStatements + GET /api/reports/statement-reconciliation return årets resultat from every surface side by side, grouped into families. ledger + statutory must agree and a mismatch is named; operational legitimately differs by bokslutsdispositioner + skatt until Stage 2 of #1051 lands, so that gap is explained rather than flagged. The visual panel is deliberately not built here: it needs a /frontend-design pass against the locked concept conventions plus sv/en strings, and the warning above already puts the alarm where the user looks. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): address review findings from PR #1293 pg-real (7 failures, one signature): the new fixture called insertFiscalPeriod({ isClosed: true }) and then inserted journal entries into it, so enforce_period_lock (migration 017, legally required) refused the write. Not worked around: the RPC's predicate keys on fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id and never reads is_closed, so the fixture now links the closing entry and leaves the period open, which exercises the path that actually matters. CodeRabbit, closed-year-fixture: EX_YEAR_END_ROWS dropped only the P&L legs of the year_end entries (8811, 8910) and left their balance-sheet legs (2125, 2512) at pre-closing values, so the 'exclude-all-year-end' view sat 160 000 kr out of balance and misrepresented what generateTrialBalance returns. Latent, because today's consumers read class 3-8 only, but a shared fixture that does not balance is a trap for the next consumer. Both legs now go, and a new test asserts all three views sum to zero. CodeRabbit, INK2 totals: renamed totals.resultAfterFinancial to aretsResultat. It holds the result after bokslutsdispositioner AND skatt, which is årets resultat, not resultat efter finansiella poster, and build-data.ts uses the old name correctly for the different subtotal. The UI already labelled the value "Årets resultat", so the name was simply wrong. CodeRabbit, statement-reconciliation: the statutory branch called a generator and caught any throw as "wrong entity type", mapping genuine failures to a null figure that the comparison then skipped, so a real bug in a declaration generator made the function report isReconciled: true. That is the opposite of its purpose. It now dispatches on entity_type and surfaces a generation failure as a named disagreement. CodeRabbit, enable-banking (Emil's call to include): fetchClaimedIbans returned an empty Set on a cash_accounts read failure, which is indistinguishable from "nothing is claimed" and made every IBAN in the session offerable, including accounts another company already books to. Its own comment said it failed closed and its log said "offering nothing"; it failed open. Returns null now, and findReusableSessions offers nothing when the claimed set is unavailable. The test that pinned the fail-open asserted toHaveLength(1) under the name "offers nothing"; it now asserts []. Also removed an em dash per CLAUDE.md. The remaining enable-banking finding (consent-expiry cooldown stamped only on the selected connection, so it leaks one duplicate mail per sibling company) is deliberately left to Emil: it changes email-sending behaviour in his feature rather than fixing a stated contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): resolve second-round review findings on PR #1293 pg-real, two NEW signatures (the closed-period one from cycle 1 is gone): kpi-report-aggregates-rpc.pg.test.ts asserted the exact contract migration 20260730090000 deliberately changes. Its comment read "year_end entries are NOT excluded from monthly" and expected December expenses 1250. That fixture's December holds only year-end-chain entries, so with the fix the month drops out of the chart entirely, which is the correct operational view: a month whose only activity is bokslut has no operating result. Assertion and file docstring updated to the new contract rather than the test being removed. vat-totals-closing-entry.pg.test.ts passed the wrong account arrays. p_net_ accounts is VAT_SETTLEMENT_NET_ACCOUNTS (2650/1650, the momsredovisning settlement pair), not the output-VAT accounts. Putting 2611 there made the extra year_end entry match the settlement-SHAPE detector, so an ordinary sale-with-VAT was classified a momsredovisning and dropped, and the test read 0 instead of 10 000. The RPC was right; the fixture was not. CodeRabbit, statement-reconciliation: resolveEntityType checked neither query's error, so a genuine DB failure (RLS, permissions, connectivity) returned null indistinguishably from "no entity type set", fell into the unsupported-form branch and reported isReconciled: true. That is the same silent-false-reconciled bug the cycle-1 refactor closed, one level down. The companies error now throws; a missing company_settings ROW stays tolerated, because .single() errors on zero rows and many companies have none. Mirrors the pattern the INK2 and NE engines already use. Still open by Emil's explicit choice: the consent-expiry cooldown is stamped only on the connection it was handed, so it leaks one duplicate mail per sibling company on the shared session. That changes email-sending behaviour in his feature rather than fixing a stated contract, so it stays his. Fix/bank sync bas (#1284)
* fix(year-end): stop revaluing FX items that were not on the balance sheet The year-end close ran currency revaluation as an unconditional step before the irreversible close, and the revaluation queried LIVE open invoices with no date scoping. An invoice issued after balansdagen, settled before it, or never booked at all was therefore revalued into the year being closed, writing down a 1510/2440 that stood at zero. Because the entry lands inside the same run that closes the period, the only remedy left was a rattelse in the following year. The population is now measured as of balansdagen, reusing the reconstruction the reskontra reports already use (fetchPaymentsAsOf / outstandingAsOf): the invoice_date ceiling is unconditional (post-dated invoices make the bug reachable for a current period too) and the widening to 'paid' applies only to a historical date, where a since-settled invoice was still open then. Rows that carry no balance-sheet exposure are skipped per row rather than per company: an unbooked registration is not on 1510/2440. Deliberately NOT keyed on accounting_method, since BFL 5 kap 2 § 3 st requires kontantmetoden companies to book their outstanding fordringar/skulder at balansdagen, and those converted rows are genuine exposure that ARL 4 kap. 13 § must value. The readiness warning stays ungated on purpose: an unbooked FX row is exactly what deserves a warning, because /book still posts it into the year about to close and lockPeriod/closePeriod then removes that remedy for good. The wizard preview now lists the per-invoice revaluation rows it will post instead of three aggregate numbers, so the user approves line-level content before the close. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): reach accounts outside BAS 2026 from a verifikat rattelse A user could not move a verifikat line to konto 8022: the picker reported no such account and offered no way forward. 8022 was dropped from BAS 2026 (it is in BAS 2018), so it is a legitimate company-specific underkonto rather than a catalog gap. Verified against the official bas.se kontoplan that our BAS reference already matches BAS 2026, so 8022 is deliberately NOT added to it: seeding a retired account would push it onto every company. StrikeLinesDialog and CorrectionEntryDialog were the only account pickers in the app that never passed onCreateAccount, so their combobox rendered a dead empty state. Both now open AddAccountDialog prefilled, then refetch the chart and select the new account on the initiating line, leaving the half-finished rattelse intact. AccountCombobox closed its dropdown on the fourth digit of any committed number, which hid the empty state before it was ever painted and made the create affordance unreachable for exactly the numbers that need it. It now closes only when the number matches something, so focus still advances to the belopp field for real accounts. No change to posting rules: correct_entry_lines_inline validates chart membership, not BAS membership, and account creation already required the same write role. fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise, while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production. Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that are not repeated. userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger. State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row, consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing. provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client. provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up. Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before the scoped check ran. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A) The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in 20260416120000; this bucket was left behind. Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining legacy prefix objects. The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail the whole query instead of filtering the row out. deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to erase. The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and SHA-256 identical before repointing the row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user had been removed from the company kept reading. Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error strings with the canonical envelope. Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every other v1 read endpoint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and had become the top application consumer of production database time: measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at 7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on the booking path. PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side instead turns that into two indexed round trips. Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling. Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead, since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows. commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column, which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped on the newest rows indefinitely. The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap; the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly. ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change sort semantics on the route that currently works. Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had them. The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters, because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a write that never happened. dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write, and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to 5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0. Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the full tree. The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the lockfile, never workflow files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily. Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which settles the intent. documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession: the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention. webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line place to change that. A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list, and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they are named rather than silently rotting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email. This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined by next.config.ts. Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry personnummer and financial data. verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible. The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not forwarded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md. Structural roots closed: - resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking 1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING - ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document, not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed - sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed - tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all four baselines now empty - three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import, ungated-extension-route Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap), RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/ Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites with isSwedishUserMessage extended. Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice, recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep work and are verified green together. 13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge. 20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres). Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0 errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and ~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass: - replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid() (impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo - bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns - credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no cross-tenant figures in exception text - link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end - personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE - same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse - receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts - period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap - documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping - invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression), duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran - match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat) - refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window) - KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint - personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools - worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths - MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk - observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True, cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings call removed) Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests * fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215 pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() = 'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text, reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved. Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column, and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no longer renders as already filed. Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern (all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215 - restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch - replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap warning texts and update the pinned test expectations - drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment - strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation. feat(mcp): payroll e2e parity: staged salary-run booking + absence deletion (#1075)
* feat(mcp): payroll e2e parity: staged salary-run booking + absence deletion Close the last MCP-surface gaps for running payroll end-to-end via the connector (the v1 REST API already had the full chain): - gnubok_book_salary_run: stages a high-risk book operation; on approval the executor walks review -> approved -> paid -> booked via the new lib/salary/book-run.ts (extracted from the dashboard book route, which now calls the same core) and posts the immutable salary vouchers. - gnubok_delete_absence: staged inverse of gnubok_register_absence, reusing deleteAbsenceRange with a dry-run day-count preview. - Wire the missing payroll operation types into the Granskning label map (register_absence, update_payslip_line, employee ops, vacation_year_close had translations but fell back to humanized snake_case). - Update stale 'booking happens in the web UI' prose in tool descriptions, the payroll-monthly skill, and the workflow hint; payload-size ceiling 56K -> 57K per the documented bump protocol. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): widen pending_operations op-type CHECK + roster typing for book_salary_run The op-type audit (pg-real) caught the exact bug class it exists for: book_salary_run and delete_absence were staged in code without the constraint-expansion migration, so every real staging INSERT would have failed with check_violation while dry_run previewed clean. Ships the documented widen (NOT VALID) + validate migration pair. Also fixes the strict-mode cast in book-run.ts that failed the production typecheck. Verified locally against supabase/postgres 15.8.1.060 with all migrations applied: op-type audit green, pg-real 692/693 (the one failure is the pre-existing TZ-sensitive get_unlinked_1930_lines assertion, green under TZ=UTC as in CI). feat(deadlines): gate AGI on employer registration + stop completing AGI at XML generation (#1062)
* feat(deadlines): gate F-skatt reminders on debited preliminary tax, add durable dismissal The f_skatt deadline was gated on the F-skatt approval flag (DB default true), giving nearly every company 12 monthly payment reminders for a tax Skatteverket may not have debited at all (64% of all system deadline rows, one lifetime completion). Approval carries no recurring obligation; the monthly duty is payment of debiterad preliminarskatt and exists only while the debited amount is > 0 (SFL 62 kap. 4-5 par., 55 kap. 2 par.). - Gate the f_skatt deadline on preliminary_tax_monthly > 0 (field already collected at onboarding, previously unread) and retitle it as a payment. - Storforetag keep the 12th in August (January-only 17th, 62 kap. 3 par.). - Declare the prod-only preliminary_tax_monthly column in a migration so installs built purely from migrations stop failing tax-settings saves. - Add deadlines.dismissed_at: DELETE on a system deadline now soft-dismisses it durably (hard deletes were resurrected by the nightly backfill within 24h); generator, backfill, and every read surface respect it. - Prune upcoming f_skatt rows for companies with no debited amount. Closes part of #1028. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(deadlines): gate AGI on employer registration, stop completing AGI deadline at XML generation The arbetsgivardeklaration deadline was gated on pays_salaries, which is wrong in both directions: a registered employer must file AGI every month including nil months (SFL 26 kap. 3 par.), and companies actively running payroll with the flag off got no AGI reminders at all (each missed monthly filing risks a forseningsavgift). - New company_settings.employer_registered (nullable, no default) gates AGI and the storforetag skatteinbetalning row; pays_salaries remains a fallback for rows saved before the flag existed and keeps its UI meaning. - Migration backfills employer_registered=true from pays_salaries=true and from actual payroll activity (salary_runs). - New employer_seasonal flag: sasongsregistrerade file only for payment months plus a December nil declaration, so only the December-period row is generated. - Settings UI: registration + seasonal checkboxes (sv/en strings). - AGI XML generation no longer auto-completes the deadline as submitted: SFL 26 kap. deems the obligation satisfied only when the declaration has come in to Skatteverket. The Skatteverket extension's kvittens reconcile remains the confirming path; manual filers tick the deadline themselves. Part of #1028. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): include dismissed_at in DeadlineForm payload The Deadline type gained the required dismissed_at field; the form's submit payload literal must carry it for the Omit<Deadline, ...> shape. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): make system-deadline dismissal atomic Constrain the dismiss update to source='system' and verify a row was actually updated: a concurrent regeneration can delete the row between lookup and update, and the route must not report a phantom success. Fix/skv connection flow (#1015)
* feat(salary): one-click AGI submission with filing state machine and success feedback The AGI panel required users to know that "Ladda ner AGI-fil" was the generate step, then click submit, signing link, and kvittens manually. A nollkorning filing stalled on "AGI-XML saknas" pointing at a UI path that does not exist. - New primary button "Lamna in till Skatteverket" chains the existing endpoints client-side: generate XML if missing, POST underlag, poll kontrollresultat, create signing link, open Mina Sidor in a tab opened synchronously at click (popup-blocker safe). Inline stepper shows each step; the four old buttons become collapsed advanced/recovery actions, auto-expanded in stale-draft and rejected states. XML download stays visible and free for manual filing. - deriveAgiFilingState() + useAgiSubmission() lift the per-period submission record to the run page: the progress rail and salary hero now render the real state machine (generated, underlag inskickat, vantar pa BankID-signatur, inlamnad med kvittensnummer) instead of telling users to "lamna in" an already-submitted declaration. - Success card with kvittensnummer and signature metadata once signed, plus a toast when a poll flips the state while the page is open. - AGI kvittens cron every 15 min instead of every 2 h so filings signed on another device get stamped and emailed promptly. - Advanced submit also auto-generates, and the stale "Lon -> AGI -> Generera" error text now points at the real buttons. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(enable-banking): instant OAuth callback feedback and dead-attempt cleanup The bank redirect landed on a blank page for the several seconds the callback spent exchanging the PSD2 session and mirroring accounts, and every failed connect attempt left a status='error' row that rendered forever as an "Atgard kravs" card next to a successful retry, showing duplicate connections to the same bank. - Stream a branded "Slutfor bankanslutningen" progress page from the callback: the shell flushes before the session exchange starts and a script/meta redirect follows when the work completes, with a 30s slow-work escape hatch. Fast outcomes (denial, bad params, unknown state) keep their plain redirects. - Delete never-activated connection rows (no session_id, no accounts_data) on denial or exchange failure, and sweep leftovers for the same bank on the next connect. Established connections keep their "Atgard krävs" card via the accounts_data guard; FKs are ON DELETE SET NULL so deletion has no dependents. - Show "Banken ar ansluten: hamtar dina konton" while the settings panel loads after the callback instead of an anonymous spinner. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): reject re-send of issued invoices and gate bookkeeping on the sent flip A direct POST to /api/invoices/[id]/send against an already-issued invoice re-emailed the customer and posted a second revenue verifikat (createInvoiceJournalEntry has no dedup), overwriting journal_entry_id and orphaning the first entry. Only the UI hid the button; the v1 route and the MCP commit executor already rejected non-drafts. - Non-draft invoices now return 409 INVOICE_ALREADY_SENT. - The draft to sent status flip is an optimistic lock (status guard plus row-count check); journal entry, accrual schedules, PDF archival and the invoice.sent event only run for the request that won the flip. - On a flip failure the journal entry is deferred: the row stays draft and a retry re-runs the pipeline, ending with exactly one verifikat. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): payment links, failure visibility and sandbox guard for recurring auto-send - sendInvoiceFromSchedule now auto-creates an online payment link via applyPaymentLinkToInvoice before rendering and passes the payment link QR to the PDF: parity with the dashboard and v1 send routes, which recurring invoices silently lacked. - The recurring cron persists last_run_warning both when a claimed run throws (hourly retries stay visible on the schedule) and when a stale schedule is rolled forward, so a deterministic failure can no longer skip a month silently. - Auto-send is blocked for sandbox companies at the email chokepoint (freeze-and-retain: the invoice is still generated as a draft), covering both the cron and the run-now route with one guard. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): close the Fortnox payroll API gaps (phases 1-4) Payroll now runs end-to-end through the open API, including onboarding a client from another payroll system, with every write staged for approval. - v1: per-employee payslips (list/detail/PDF), payslip line writes, run roster attach/remove, absence ranges (per-day storage), jamkning fields, cutover opening balances (single + atomic bulk PUT), vacation balance + vacation-year-close. PUT added to the wrapper's idempotency/ test-key set (test keys could otherwise write through PUT). - MCP: 10 new tools (get_employee/get_payslip/list_absence/ get_vacation_balance reads + staged update_payslip_line, register_absence, create_employee, update_employee, set_employee_opening_balances, close_vacation_year), executors, risk tiers, op-type CHECK expansions. create_employee encrypts personnummer at staging: pending_operations never holds plaintext. - Scope-map audit retrofit: 11 formerly unmapped tools now scoped; BREAKING for keys that relied on the 4 default-allow writes. - Cutover: employee_opening_balances (derived lock trigger, self-unlocks on run correction), engine YTD/karens/liability integration, Ingaende saldon section in the employee editor. - Arbetsschema-lite: employees.hours_per_week/workdays_per_week drive the hourly/daily divisors; legacy 173/21 preserved exactly at defaults so existing pay math is byte-identical. - Vacation ledger + semesterberedning/arsavslut: recomputed per-year day balances (synced on book/correct, non-fatal), year-close with the min-20 floor, 5-year sparade-dagar expiry to forced payout, and a 2920/2940 drift adjustment via the bookkeeping engine; Semester dashboard card with preview-then-confirm dialog. - Fix: Zod 4 defaults leak through .partial(), which made every sparse employee PATCH fail validation and reset defaulted columns. Migrations 20260713100000/101000/110000/121000/122000 (applied to staging with version rows; prod via merge). vacation_ledger renamed from 20260713120000 to avoid colliding with vat_declaration_totals_rpc. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: cut dashboard page-load latency (region, round trips, caching, VAT RPC) The dominant cost was infrastructure: Vercel functions ran in iad1 (Washington D.C.) while Supabase (DB + auth) lives in eu-north-1 (Stockholm), so every request paid 4-5 transatlantic round trips of auth + company resolution before doing any real work (measured 530-1900ms for single-query GETs in prod logs). Pin functions to arn1 and cut the redundant work on top: - vercel.json: functions to arn1, same city as the database - getActiveCompanyId: preference + first-membership queries run in parallel; the fallback result doubles as validation in the common single-company case (one round trip instead of two sequential) - withRouteContext: Server-Timing header and authMs/companyMs/handlerMs in the op-completed log, so latency is attributable per phase - dashboard layout: nav badge counts off the critical path; DashboardNav loads them client-side via the new use-worklist-badges SWR hook with debounced realtime revalidation - swr (new dependency, approved): global provider; useCompanySettings shares one cache entry across consumers and renders from cache on back-navigation instead of re-showing skeletons - /pending: realtime refetch debounced; bulk operations previously fired 4 requests per row-change event - VAT declaration: new get_vat_declaration_totals RPC returns per-account totals, settlement-shape detection (#984) and source_type counts in ONE round trip instead of paging every entry+line through PostgREST. Account lists stay TS-side parameters so ACCOUNT_RUTA remains the single source of truth. Shape-exclusion coverage moved to tests/pg/vat-declaration-totals-rpc.pg.test.ts; DDL already applied to staging. - bundle: CommandPalette lazy-mounts on first Ctrl/Cmd+K, AgentChat dynamic-imports the markdown parser, @vercel/speed-insights (new dependency, approved) added for real-user timings The /salary fetch-waterfall fix from the same effort already landed inside 2084a756. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): settle öre-rounded payments from the mark-paid flow An invoice with öresavrundning shows a rounded "Att betala" on the PDF; the customer pays that amount (up to 50 öre off the stored öre total) and the invoice-page mark-paid flow rejected it with MATCH_AMOUNT_EXCEEDS_REMAINING: a dead end, while the bank-transaction match flow already absorbed the residual to 3740. - PaymentBookingDialog now proposes the rounded bank leg plus the 3740 residual line (credit when rounded up, debit when rounded down), resolved via getDisplayTotal from the per-invoice override and company_settings.ore_rounding. - settleInvoicePayment and the v1 mark-paid route absorb the sub-krona residual, gated by planInvoicePaymentForLines: absorption applies ONLY when the caller lines carry the exact residual on 3740; otherwise the strict plan applies (sub-krona partials stay partial, no-3740 overshoots keep the 400), so the GL can never diverge from the AR sub-ledger. - planInvoicePayment absorb-band boundary tightened to >= 1 kr: an exactly-1-kr overshoot used to slip past both the guard and the absorb branch and silently over-record paid_amount (pre-existing on the bank-match path). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): resolve all 7 PR compliance findings - ASVS V3.3: per-request CSP nonce on the enable-banking finalize page (mirrors the mcp-oauth consent page); inline scripts are nonce-bound - ASVS V16: decouple callback finalize work from the response stream (eager promise + next/server after()) so a client disconnect cannot drop session persistence or the consent_granted audit emit - ISO 27001 A.8.15: failed audit-event emits log through the structured logger with a stable message for log-based alerting - ASVS V2.3: recurring-invoice cron and run-now routes resolve isSandboxCompany themselves and pass an explicit suppressAutoSend flag (defence in depth around the email chokepoint, freeze-and-retain kept) - ISO 27001 A.8.11: stagePendingOperation rejects plaintext personnummer-bearing keys in params/preview_data (key-based guard; EF org numbers make value-matching unsafe) - ASVS V4.5: employee PATCH body is truly sparse; cleared number fields are omitted instead of resetting DB values to hardcoded fallbacks - ASVS V8.2.1: route-level tests pin the v1 cross-company deny (404 by convention, not 403) on the payslip PDF endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: implement vacation-year basis change validation and error handling - Added tests to block vacation-year basis changes when open balances exist. - Implemented error handling for open-balances guard query failures in the settings route. - Enhanced absence route to reject reversed date ranges with a validation error. - Updated absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert for better performance and reliability. - Refactored salary calculation logic to correctly handle age-based avgifter rates according to Skatteverket's rules. - Improved error messaging for vacation year closure adjustments. - Adjusted employee opening balances handling to preserve audit information during upserts. * feat(settings): add validation to block vacation-year basis change with open balances feat(absence): reject reversed date ranges in absence queries fix(absence): update absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert fix(employee): improve validation for jamkning dates in employee updates fix(opening-balances): ensure created_by field is preserved during upserts test(absence): enhance tests for absence range and date validations test(calculation): add tests for age-based avgifter rates and edge cases test(semesterberedning): validate vacation year closure adjustments and error handling test(employee-opening-balances): update tests to reflect changes in salary_run_employees schema * fix(migrations): implement NOT VALID constraints for pending_operations and add validation migration --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/stripe skv (#1004)
* fix(salary): align pain.001 salary file with the Swedish domestic bank dialect Verified against the Swedish Common Interpretation of ISO 20022 (Bankforeningen, Common Payment Types in Sweden, Appendix 1 Example 4: Salaries) and Nordea Corporate Access pain.001 examples v2.6 (2026-06-22), and XSD-validated against the official pain.001.001.03 schema: - drop SvcLvl SEPA (SEPA credit transfers are EUR-only; omitting SvcLvl gets the domestic NURG default) - drop RmtInf (not allowed for SALA salary payments; the beneficiary statement text comes from the Dataclearing LON code) - address employees domestically: clearing as CdtrAgt ClrSysMmbId SESBA, account WITHOUT clearing as CdtrAcct Othr with SchmeNm BBAN - share the clearing/account split (Swedbank 5-digit shift, Nordea personkonto prefix dedup) between the LB and pain.001 generators via splitDomesticBankAccount, fixing pain.001 duplicating the personkonto clearing - clamp MsgId/PmtInfId/InstrId/EndToEndId to Max35Text with the per-tx counter surviving truncation; carry the org number on Dbtr - return 400 from the pain001 route on an invalid clearing instead of emitting a broken file Also includes two unrelated decision-log lines from the parallel revisor-review session (DECISIONS.md is a shared append-only log). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav): surface the year-end chain in the sidebar Add Periodiseringar, Arsredovisning (aktiebolag only) and Inkomstdeklaration (INK2 for AB, NE-bilaga for EF) to the Skatt & bokslut group, in workflow order. Entity gating via a new entityOnly flag on NavItem; isActive carve-outs extended so exactly one row lights up for the new routes. Driven by an external revisor review that concluded these features did not exist because none of them were reachable from the nav. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): Stripe Connect integration behind config gate Connect OAuth per company (only the acct_ id is stored), automatic single-use Payment Links on invoice send, deterministic payment settlement against 1686 (BAS moved acquirer receivables 1580 -> 1686), payout booking with reverse-charge fees (6570 + 4535/4598 + 2645/2614), and a 15-minute sync cron. Non-deterministic events land as needs_review, never guessed at. Fully dark without STRIPE_CONNECT_CLIENT_ID: connect returns 503, the send hook and cron no-op, and the settings page shows 'Kommer snart' (hosted) until the Connect platform is verified. Self-hosted keeps the honest not-configured message. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): add shared completeTaxDeadline and fix dead AGI deadline auto-complete generate-declaration.ts has updated non-existent columns (type/period/ status) since inception, so the arbetsgivardeklaration deadline was never auto-completed. Replace with a shared helper targeting the real schema (tax_deadline_type/tax_period/is_completed), also used by the kvittens crons and moms handlers in the follow-up commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(rot-rut): import Skatteverket beslutsfil and record decisions on payout requests Parse the beslutsfil JSON from Skatteverkets rot/rut e-tjanst and record godkant belopp on the matching begaran: matched by stored skv_referensnummer first, then exact name among active undecided requests; arenden by fakturanummer then personnummer, exactly-one or the beslut errors (all-or-nothing). Never auto-settles: recording the beslut and booking the payout are separate acts. Exposed as an API route and the gnubok_import_rot_rut_beslut MCP tool. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): system auth for background reads, one-click VAT submit, kvittens notifications Hybrid auth program: system CCG (org certificate) for background reads while personal BankID stays for interactive submissions, since SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 min and crons structurally cannot run on them. All system-auth code sits behind SKATTEVERKET_SYSTEM_AUTH_MODE (default off) with a stub transport until the Expisoft cert and CCG avtal land; auth resolution is centralized in resolve-auth.ts. Also in this change: - One-click VAT submit chaining kontrollera -> utkast -> las server-side with a stage discriminator; step-by-step buttons demoted to the overflow menu. - Kvittens crons (AGI + new VAT schedule) with email-only notifications, deduped in notification_log under the new skv_kvittens type. - Ombud grant probe + verification UI in the connect panel, and a dashboard promo card for unconnected companies. - skatteverket_company_connections table with pg-real coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): auto-settle AGI tax payment from skattekonto and surface SKV reconnect on the tax card The "Skatt att betala" card only cleared via the manual mark-paid button on the run detail page; the promised automatic flip from the Skattekonto sync was never implemented, so paid periods stayed red. - settleAgiTaxPayments: during every skattekonto sync, a booked "Arbetsgivardeklaration YYYYMM" debit row settles the matching agi_declarations.tax_paid_at, but only when the amount equals the declared total to the ore and the account is not in deficit (deterministic; drift or deficit falls back to manual). - Salary overview card: reconnect hint when the SKV token needs re-consent (link to /settings/tax, silent when the extension is off), plus an inline "Markera som betald" button reusing the existing endpoint and salary_payments strings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add cloud backup scheduling and alerting features - Implement unit tests for scheduling logic in `schedule.test.ts`, covering various scenarios for determining if a backup schedule is due. - Create a new module `backup-alert.ts` to handle failure alerts for cloud backup auto-sync, including email notifications for reauthentication and repeated failures. - Introduce `schedule.ts` to manage scheduling logic, including handling local time zones and converting between local and UTC hours. - Add CSV report generation functions in `archive-csv.ts` for trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and general ledger, ensuring compatibility with Swedish Excel formats. - Create a README generator for the archive structure in `archive-readme.ts`, providing clear documentation for users accessing backup files. - Implement tests for CSV report generation in `archive-csv.test.ts`, ensuring correct formatting and content. - Establish a full-archive coverage contract test in `full-archive-coverage.pg.test.ts` to ensure all company-scoped tables are properly classified for backup. * fix(stripe): correct invoice clearing reference and improve type safety in sync logic * fix(invoices): narrow accountingMethod before resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType settleInvoicePayment takes accountingMethod as a raw settings string, but resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType requires the 'accrual' | 'cash' union. Normalize at the call site (anything but 'cash' books as accrual), matching the existing useCashEntry semantics. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address CodeRabbit review findings and nitpicks on PR #1004 Review findings: - backup settings redirect: always force view=export over incoming params - AGI/VAT kvittens crons: isolate best-effort post-submit calls, check the signed-state persist error, guard recovery calls in catch blocks so one company cannot abort the rest; surface grant_revoked in the run summary - kvittens notifications: atomic claim-first dedup with a partial unique index; map non-uuid reference keys to deterministic uuids - grant probe: record the actual 2xx status; mTLS transport: handle response-stream errors - stripe: amount-aware idempotency keys for payment links; emit stripe.disconnected on upstream revocations - ROT/RUT beslut import: mutate in-memory request state after apply, move item + header writes into an atomic apply_rot_rut_beslut RPC, add rot_rut_payout to JournalEntrySourceTypeSchema - migrations: use NOT VALID + VALIDATE CONSTRAINT for CHECK constraints on journal_entries, notification_log and rot_rut_payout_requests - cloud backup: hour_utc-only schedule updates clear stale hour_local Nitpicks: - stripe sync: enforce the cron time budget inside per-connection event processing with idempotent cursor progress; maybeSingle for settings; honest partial-customer DTO shared with the settlement boundary - shared applyPaymentLinkToInvoice helper for both invoice send routes, v1 docblock documents step 6b and PAYMENT_LINK_FAILED - settings panel: drop redundant decodeURIComponent - cloud backup: document worst-case archive memory headroom Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(salary): make pain.001 betalfil generatable (company IBAN + BIC) (#950)
The ISO 20022 pain.001 salary payment file could never be generated: the route required company_settings.iban/bic, but no settings screen wrote those columns, so every request returned 400. The specific reason was also swallowed by getErrorMessage (isSwedishUserMessage did not know "krävs"/"saknar"), surfacing only the generic "Förfrågan innehåller ogiltiga uppgifter" (issue #945). - Add IBAN + BIC inputs to Settings > Fakturering > Bankuppgifter. BIC auto-derives from the clearing number / bank already entered, so in practice only the IBAN is typed. Validated client- and server-side. - Route requires the company IBAN (canonical debtor form every Swedish bank accepts) and derives the BIC, with clear actionable errors. - Employees are unchanged: domestic clearing + account (BBAN), which is what Swedish payroll collects. Only the company (debtor) uses IBAN. - getErrorMessage recognizes "krävs"/"saknar" so payment-file reasons surface instead of the generic 400. Add/api and invoice (#911)
* feat(salary): validate employee clearing/kontonummer at entry Bank details on the "Anställda" form had no structural validation, so a typo in clearing/kontonummer was saved silently and only surfaced at Bankgirot LB generation (or never, on the SEPA path). Adds a shared validator (lib/salary/payment/bank-account.ts) wired into the create dialog, edit page, CreateEmployeeSchema, and the PATCH route: 4-digit clearing or 5-digit Swedbank (8xxxx), 5-11 digit account, both-or-neither. Mirrors encodeReceiverAccount so entry-time validation matches what the payout layer can encode. Update validates only when a bank field actually changes, so legacy free-text data stays editable. Includes a conservative clearing to bank-name hint (null for unknown ranges). Per-bank mod10/mod11 checksum deferred to a soft-warning follow-up. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(chart-of-accounts): styled delete warnings and bulk select-all Replace the native window.confirm() on single-account delete with the styled DestructiveConfirmDialog, and add to the prune dialog a master 'select all unused accounts' checkbox plus an explicit confirmation step before bulk deletion. New sv/en strings for the confirm titles and actions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): encrypt personnummer on v1 employee create; tolerate legacy plaintext on read The v1 REST create route stored personnummer unencrypted, which then threw ERR_CRYPTO_INVALID_AUTH_TAG on every decrypt-on-read path and 500'd the employees roster. Encrypt on write in v1 create, decrypt on read in the v1 list/detail/patch responses, and make decryptPersonnummer pass a raw 12-digit value through with a warn so a legacy plaintext row can't take the roster down. Encrypt seeded personnummer. Add a gated, idempotent backfill for existing rows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a manual entry as a reusable template Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual journal-entry form next to the existing "Anvand mall" picker, so users can capture a booking pattern the moment they work it out. Opens the shared TemplateForm (create mode) pre-seeded from the current lines via deriveTemplateLinesFromBooking, and saves through the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates. Rendered in both the mobile and desktop layouts and in create + edit modes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): label all staged operation types The Granskning list rendered the raw snake_case operation_type (e.g. create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox) for any type missing from the label map, which hogs the meta row and wraps awkwardly on mobile. Add short sv/en labels for all operation types in OPERATION_RISK_TIERS, plus a humanized fallback for future ones, and simplify the label map to a plain operation_type -> i18n-key record (the icon/variant fields were dead). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): let users file moms without a Skatteverket connection The momsdeklaration was never gated on the Skatteverket connection (it renders from the bookkeeping), but the not-connected "Anslut med BankID" card read as a wall. Make manual filing a first-class path: - Add a "Lämna in din momsdeklaration" card under the report with a PDF download (SKV 4700 layout, hela kronor) and a skatteverket.se link. - Add a momsdeklaration PDF route + template; buildManualFilingRows() rounds each ruta to whole kronor and recomputes ruta 49 per the SKV 4700 formula so it ties out. The PDF is a read/record copy, not a submission file (moms has no upload channel). - Offer PDF alongside Excel in the report's export menu. - Reframe the not-connected SkatteverketPanel to "Skicka direkt till Skatteverket (valfritt)". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): compact new-employee dialog and warn on bad account check digit Redesign NewEmployeeDialog into a compact layout: borderless sections split by hairline dividers (no per-section cards), a fixed header + scrolling body + solid footer (fixes content showing through the old sticky bar), and denser grids. EmployeeTaxCard gains a `flat` variant so the dialog can host it without card chrome; the edit page keeps the boxed version. Add non-blocking Swedish account check-digit validation (lib/bankgiro/account-number.ts): mod10 (reuses luhn) + mod11, with a clearing->method table from the Bankgirot "Bankernas kontonummeruppbyggnad" spec, cross-checked against jop-io/kontonummer.js and verified against a real account (Forex 9420/4172385). Surfaced as a soft warning in both employee forms; unrecognised clearings return 'unknown' so we never warn on a valid but unmapped account. Never blocks saving. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): configurable send time + editing for recurring invoices Re-register the accidentally-removed recurring cron (now hourly) and add a per-schedule send hour (Europe/Stockholm, DST-aware). The cron never sends for a past date, and the enabling migration pauses every existing schedule on deploy so nothing auto-sends behind a user's back; users reactivate consciously (with a confirm) or click "Skapa faktura nu" to send this month on demand. Automatic sending now requires a customer email. Adds a full edit flow (row click opens the prefilled form, PATCH), fixing the row-click 404. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): configure självfaktura via the invoice API Add an optional is_self_billed flag (plus external_invoice_number, self_billing_agreement_ref, received_date) to the public invoice-create endpoint so callers can register a received self-billing invoice (mottagen självfaktura, ML 17 kap 15§) via the API. It was previously only reachable from the internal dashboard route, so it was missing from the API docs. Extract the booking into a shared service (lib/invoices/self-billed-sale.ts) and refactor the internal /api/invoices/self-billed route to a thin wrapper over it, so the dashboard and the API cannot drift. Books as a sale (Debit 1510 / Credit 30xx+26xx) with the counterparty's number; no own number is consumed. Fields are plain optionals (no schema refine) so UpdateInvoiceSchema.omit() keeps working; required-when-self-billed is enforced in the route. Documented in the endpoint registry. No migration (columns already exist). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): allow a partial voucher-series-per-source-type map In Zod 4 an enum-keyed z.record is exhaustive (every source_type required), so saving a default_voucher_series_per_source_type map that omits a source type (e.g. the newly added result_appropriation) failed with "expected string, received undefined". Use partialRecord so the map can be sparse; the engine falls back to series 'A' for any unmapped key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(salary): resolve employer name via getCompanyDisplayName Payslip PDFs, the payslip email, AGI, KU10, and the BG/LB + SEPA payment files now resolve the employer name through getCompanyDisplayName (company_settings.company_name, falling back to companies.name), matching how invoices already display it. Read-side coalesce, so no migration or backfill: companies.name is write-once at onboarding and not authoritative for these surfaces. The sidebar company switcher uses the same coalesce for the non-active companies in the list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(kontoplan): index-only account usage counts + lighter reference load Add a covering index on journal_entry_lines (journal_entry_id, account_number) so get_account_usage_counts becomes an index-only scan (prod worst case ~440ms). Slim /api/bookkeeping/accounts/reference to return only the company's activation rows and merge against the client-bundled BAS_REFERENCE instead of re-sending the full ~1,300-account catalog every load, and defer the BAS catalog + usage counts off the first-paint critical path in ChartOfAccountsManager. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * i18n(salary): add bank-account checksum warning string sv/en strings for the employee bank-account (clearing/kontonummer) soft checksum warning shown by the create/edit forms. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: update decision log Append the 2026-07-06/07 decision entries (salary employer-name coalesce, sidebar switcher, employees API personnummer fix, kontoplan load optimization, momsdeklaration manual filing, recurring invoices resend + reactivation + editing, "spara som mall", voucher-series partial map, and självfaktura via the invoice API). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address compliance-review findings on recurring invoices + moms filing - recurring cron: close the double-send window with an atomic compare-and-set claim on last_run_at (release-on-failure) so two overlapping hourly runs can't both spawn from the same stale batch row - recurring edit dialog: force auto_send=false whenever the effective customer has no email, so a disabled-but-checked box can't PATCH auto_send=true after the async customer load - momsdeklaration manual-filing: truncate rutor to whole kronor (öretal faller bort per SFL 22 kap 1 §) instead of round-to-nearest, matching the SRU path Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Check/salary bankid api (#892)
* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup - middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard - BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once (a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first, failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors - bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account - bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink (BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method) - login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: move secondary guides into docs/, delete dead root files Move DOCKER.md, SELF-HOSTING.md, WHITELABEL.md and extensions.md (renamed EXTENSIONS.md) into a new docs/ folder and update all path references (README, setup.sh, .dockerignore image rules, docker-publish workflow comment, _example-branding, lib/branding/service.ts). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(api): security & correctness hardening + withRouteContext MFA migration across API routes Audit of ~100 app/api routes. Highlights: Security - agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped - calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only - bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded - agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated Correctness - account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000 rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) -> fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes) - voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced - 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed - assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed - invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent; deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod Convention - ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation, corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right where they figured out how something should be booked. - derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking (settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart) - extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility hints instead of duplicating them - save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts diverged. The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3 templates. Also fixed along the way: - Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all. - mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a non-fileable document before download. - Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR. - FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver (never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie the roll-forward exactly to booked UB. - build-input dedupes warnings now that the PDF path runs the same mapping. Regression test asserts no RR/BR label ever contains a four-digit account number again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr" with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode (prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest years. - lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis) - Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced, naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread - SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and now renders them - opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return 409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors: - Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek. Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate. - Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows. - Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied /api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well. - application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL) validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always failing the magic-byte check. - correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test). - Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE, TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE (company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots, skipping slots held by any existing row. - Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives). - Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of silently skipping the mirror. - Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt guidance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines. ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET /api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot follows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list bundle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks: - One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The separate /salary/runs/new page is gone. - Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail, KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/. - Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token], backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the route from auth redirects. - Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026). - AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid. - Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish, municipality tax-table lookup improvements. messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune, skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before this. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping - Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16 renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged). - Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs don't break the build type-check. - Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76. - template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding. - database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(), which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag. Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging. Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap) Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger, which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all. That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression). Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging. style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(dimensions): PR8 salary — employees.default_dimensions, per-employee cost lines, aggregation re-key (#869)
Employees carry a default dimensions bag and the salary booking puts each
employee's cost on their kostnadsställe/projekt
(dev_docs/dimensions_implementation_plan.md PR8):
- employees.default_dimensions (migration 20260702220000; jsonb DEFAULT
'{}' + object CHECK)
- salary-entries: the one-line-per-account aggregation is re-keyed to
account+bag — P&L cost lines (löner incl. line items + base remainder,
arbetsgivaravgifter, semesteravsättning + dess avgifter, pension, SLP)
split per employee bag while every balance-sheet/settlement leg (2710,
1930, 2731, 29xx, 2740, 2514) stays aggregated; liability credits equal
the sum of the rounded debit buckets so entries balance by construction;
dimension-less runs book byte-identically to before. Replaces the dead
SalaryRunEmployee.cost_center/project pair (never wired)
- both book routes (dashboard + v1) read the bag via the employees join —
read-at-book, so the run review shows exactly what will book
- employee form (new + edit) gets a gated Kostnadsställe/Projekt card;
run review shows per-employee dims chips; run GET + v1 employee
routes/schemas + MCP list_employees carry the field
- pre-merge audit: all salary reports (salary-journal, AGI,
avgifter-basis, vacation-liability) read salary_run_employees — not
journal lines — and every ledger consumer sums per account, so the
line split breaks nothing; SIE export + dimension P&L pick the split
up as intended
8 new engine propagation tests + book-route dims flow test.

fix: audit batch — pagination truncation, MFA/dead-code cleanup, mark-paid fail-closed (#841)
* fix(reports): paginate 8 more report/ledger queries (1000-row truncation) Raw .select() without fetchAllRows() silently caps at PostgREST's 1000-row limit, producing wrong statutory output for high-volume companies. Following #806 (trial-balance/VAT), wrap the remaining offenders in fetchAllRows + a stable .order('id') + dedupeBy: - ink2-engine / ne-engine: INK2 & NE-bilaga tax declarations under-counted - ar-reconciliation (1510/1513), supplier-reconciliation (2440): phantom "Ej avstämd" gaps - full-archive-export: 7-year DR archive (added a unique total order so rows are not silently skipped/duplicated across pages) - avgifter-basis, currency-revaluation, vat-declaration Adds a regression guard test asserting >1000 ledger lines are summed, not truncated at 1000. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): close extension-dispatcher MFA gap, scope /api/events to API key, sweep dead code Security/correctness: - ext/[...path] dispatcher now uses requireAuth() instead of inline supabase.auth.getUser(), enforcing MFA (AAL2) on hosted across the whole enabled-extension surface (banking sync, document upload/booking, supplier invoices, migration). Ratchets antipatterns-baseline raw-route-auth 168->165. - /api/events now filters by the API key's bound company_id instead of the user's active company (was a cross-company read with a scoped key). - enable-banking OAuth callback calls ensureInitialized() at module load so the PSD2 consent audit event (ASVS V16 / GDPR Art.30) isn't dropped on a cold-start instance. Dead-code sweep (all confirmed zero importers): - delete lib/tax/calculator.ts, lib/salary/engangsskatt.ts (+test), lib/email/resend.ts, lib/salary/salary-transaction-matcher.ts, lib/webhooks/diff.ts, lib/salary/effective-values.ts, lib/bookkeeping/template-prompt.ts - trim unused lib/vat/eu-countries.ts helpers (keep EU_COUNTRIES) - remove dead getAutomaticStatus() and the abandoned Activepieces CSP entry Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): fail closed when a payment journal entry doesn't post Three mark-paid paths (legacy route, v1 API, agent commit) diverged on the "mark paid but the JE failed" case — two would flip the invoice to paid (or leave an orphaned posted voucher) with no booking, silently diverging the GL from the AR/AP sub-ledger. Unify on fail-closed: - legacy + v1 + agent commitMarkInvoicePaid: never mark paid without a posted voucher; on a null/failed JE return INVOICE_PAID_BOOK_FAILED before any state mutation (v1 mirrors the match-invoice strict mode). - agent path: add the .in('status',[...]).select('id') CAS guard and cancel the orphaned voucher (cancelOrphanedPaymentEntry) on a lost race or update error, matching the web route. - legacy route: cancel the orphan on a non-race update error too (was only handled on the race branch). - supplier mark-paid: stop swallowing a failed supplier_invoice_payments insert — that row drives the reversal amount in payment-sync; roll back the status flip and cancel the voucher instead. - pending-ops orchestrator: error-check the terminal 'committed' write so an op stranded in 'committing' (the expire sweep only targets 'pending') is at least logged loudly. Adds a guard test for the legacy fail-closed path. Full unit suite green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ci): unblock core build + address compliance-review findings - avgifter-basis.ts: fix the core-build TypeScript error — PostgREST's type-level select parser models the salary_run embed as an array, which wasn't assignable to the object-typed generic. Type it `unknown` (rows are read via an explicit cast), making it robust across postgrest-js versions. - /api/events: add a non-null companyId guard before the event_log query (defense-in-depth for the API-key-bound scope) — addresses ASVS V8.2.1 / ISO A.5.15. - supplier mark-paid: add a CAS guard (.eq('status', newStatus)) to the payment-insert-failure rollback so a concurrent settlement can't be clobbered — addresses ASVS V2.3. - dispatcher: add an AAL2 regression test asserting a non-MFA session is rejected (403) and the extension handler never runs — addresses the GDPR Art.32 review ask for the single extension chokepoint. Verified deletions are safe: effective-values.ts was a dead duplicate — the live AGI/payslip path inlines the same `?? override` coalescing (generate-declaration.ts), so AGI correctness is unaffected. next build: exit 0. Full unit suite: 6147 passing. ESLint clean. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(salary): let an enskild firma employ staff while blocking owner/board payroll (#797)
An enskild firma that hires staff should get the payroll module, but its owner or board can never be on payroll (owner compensation is egna uttag / BAS 2013, not lön). - Migration 20260628120000 adds the enforce_ef_no_owner_employee trigger (BEFORE INSERT OR UPDATE OF employment_type) as the all-paths backstop. - lib/salary/employment-rules.ts is the app-layer mirror (forbidden set kept byte-identical to the trigger); getCompanyEntityType() resolves the same company_settings -> companies precedence. - The two UI salary routes and the v1 POST guard before insert/update for a clean 400 with guidance. - Payroll nav + Lön settings now show for any employer (aktiebolag OR company_settings.pays_salaries), wired through the dashboard layout. Add/pdf and templates (#705)
* fix(invoices): apply configured voucher series to payments + preview next voucher The booking engine resolves the series from default_voucher_series_per_source_type, but the global "Standardserie" dropdown wrote a separate field the engine ignored, and cash-method invoice payments (invoice_cash_payment) weren't exposed in settings — so configured series were silently dropped to "A". - Expose cash/private payment source types in the per-source-type form - Write the global default through to the map on save, keeping overrides - Resolve voucher-sequences/next by source_type (+date) to match the engine - Show the upcoming voucher (V2) in the payment dialog title - Share resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType so preview and booking can't drift Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): keep AGI panel in sync with Skatteverket signing state The AGI panel mixed run-scoped generation state (agi_generated_at, agi_declarations) with period-scoped submission state (extension_data agi_submission_{period}), so the two could drift and present contradictory UI. Reconcile them: - Auto-detect a Mina Sidor BankID signature: while awaiting_signing, poll /agi/kvittenser on mount and on tab refocus so the panel flips to "signed" (hiding the signing actions) without a manual "Hamta kvittens" click. - Warn instead of offering to sign when the locked granskningsunderlag predates the run's latest AGI generation (draftIsStale) — avoids filing superseded figures. - Self-heal a stale "AGI-XML saknas" error once the run's AGI is (re)generated out-of-band (MCP/API/other tab). - Refetch the salary run on tab focus so agi_generated_at reflects out-of-band generation without a hard reload. - /agi/lasUpp now clears the cached agi_submission_{period} record, so unlocking drops the panel back to the pre-submission state instead of stranding it on a released "redo att signeras" draft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: Implement VAT registration handling and invoice item line types - Added VAT registration check in commitCreateInvoice to set VAT rate to 0% for non-VAT registered companies. - Updated invoice creation logic to reflect 'exempt' VAT treatment and adjusted related fields accordingly. - Introduced support for free-text and blank spacer rows in invoice items by adding a new line_type field. - Enhanced invoice and credit note handling to accommodate new line types. - Added new localized messages for text rows in English and Swedish. - Created tests for salary run approval logic, ensuring bank details are validated correctly. - Implemented effective net payout calculation for salary runs, considering tax overrides. - Added SQL migrations to support new invoice item line types and accounting method awareness for linking invoices to vouchers. * feat(articles): artikelregister with revenue account + VAT rate per article Article register (non-inventory) with per-article VAT rate and optional BAS class-3 revenue-account override. Includes API routes, UI pages, MCP tools, pending-operation staging, and the activate-or-create account flow (ACCOUNTS_NOT_IN_CHART -> ActivateAccountsDialog, unknown numbers -> AddAccountDialog) reusing the journal entry UX. Add/user feedback (#679)
* feat(bookkeeping): make blocked fiscal-year creation actionable When creating a new räkenskapsår is blocked because a prior period is still open, the "Skapa räkenskapsår" dialog no longer dead-ends on an English toast. The API now returns the canonical bilingual error envelope with the blocking periods (id/name/dates) under details, and the dialog renders a Swedish panel that locks them inline (reversible locked_at) via the existing /lock endpoint and retries creation. The guard rule is unchanged and remains BFL-compliant: BFL 6 kap allows löpande bokföring of the new year in parallel with the prior year's bokslut, so a lock (not a full close) is sufficient and reversible. - Add PERIOD_CREATE_BLOCKED_BY_OPEN_PERIODS structured error code - Return envelope + details.blockingPeriods from the 409 (was English string) - CreatePeriodDialog: inline "lås och skapa" panel + lock-and-retry - Update route tests for the new envelope shape Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): prevent mouse wheel from mutating number inputs A focused <input type="number"> would change its value on scroll, silently turning e.g. a 20000 salary into 19998. Blur number inputs on wheel so the page scrolls instead of editing the value. Applied at the Input primitive so all number fields are protected. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): auto-derive skattetabell and kolumn for employees Replace the opaque manual "Skattetabell (29-42)" and "Kolumn (1-6)" inputs on the employee form with a self-deriving flow: the user picks their folkbokföringskommun from a searchable dropdown and the tax table fills itself in, while the column derives from the personnummer we already collect. - Add a searchable municipality picker (MunicipalityCombobox) backed by a new cached GET /api/salary/tax-tables/kommuner endpoint. - Wrap the whole "Skatt" card in a self-contained EmployeeTaxCard used by both the create and edit pages, with InfoTooltips and named column options. - deriveTaxColumn(): auto-select column 1 for under-66 employees; leave the ambiguous 66+ case (pension vs working senior) to a clearly-named manual choice. - Fix fetchKommunTaxRates() to page through all ~1300 församling rows instead of a single 500-row page (which silently dropped ~200 kommuner, incl. Göteborg) and normalize the uppercase names to title case. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): correct CSV amount-column guess and surface skipped rows Manual CSV column-mapping auto-guess walked each data row right-to-left and picked the first numeric cell as the amount, so on the common ...;Belopp;Saldo layout it grabbed the trailing running-balance column. Extract the guess into a pure, tested suggestColumnMapping(): match header labels first (belopp/amount -> amount, saldo/balance -> balance), auto-fill the balance field, and fall back to value heuristics that skip the balance column and prefer a column carrying negative values. Also surface stats.skipped_rows + parse warnings in BankFileConfirmStep - the manual-mapping path skips the preview step that was the only place they showed, so skipped rows were silently dropped from view. Add a unit test reproducing the Saldo-as-amount regression. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add "Save as draft" functionality for invoices - Implemented a new feature to allow users to save invoices as unnumbered drafts without generating an invoice number until finalized. - Added a `save_as_draft` flag to the CreateInvoiceInput schema to handle draft saving logic. - Updated the invoice creation API to skip number allocation when saving as a draft. - Introduced a new endpoint for finalizing drafts, which allocates an invoice number and emits an `invoice.created` event. - Enhanced the UI to include a "Save as draft" button, with loading states and tooltips. - Updated tests to cover the new draft saving and finalization logic, including race conditions for concurrent modifications. - Added relevant error handling for draft finalization and deletion scenarios. * feat(employee): add employment start and end date fields to employee forms * feat: enhance invoice and salary run handling with improved validation and event logging --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Accounted rebrand + swarm-skill cleanup + bank-reconciliation fixes (#643)
* feat(reconciliation): close the bank-feed loop on voucher links and re-tag mis-typed opening balances
Two related fixes to bank reconciliation correctness:
1. Auto-reconcile on voucher link. Linking an invoice or supplier invoice to
an existing voucher previously advanced only the invoice — the bank
transaction that paid it kept sitting in the Transactions inbox with a null
journal_entry_id. linkInvoiceToVoucher / linkSupplierInvoiceToVoucher now
call autoReconcileTransactionForLinkedVoucher (lib/reconciliation), which
links the bank transaction to the same verifikat when exactly one unbooked
line matches it. Best-effort and post-commit: a failure here never fails the
link. The result surfaces reconciledTransactionId; the inbox row leaves the
list and the UI shows link_success_tx_reconciled.
2. Re-tag mis-typed opening balances. getReconciliationStatus and the GL-line
matching RPCs identify a cash account's ingående balans solely by
journal_entries.source_type='opening_balance'. Companies migrated from other
systems often booked the bank IB as an ordinary voucher (source_type
'import' or 'manual'), so it was never excluded and surfaced as a phantom
reconciliation difference equal to the opening balance. Adds:
- migration mark_entry_as_opening_balance: a GUC-gated carve-out in the
immutability trigger plus a SECURITY DEFINER RPC that validates the entry
(balance-sheet lines only, dated on a fiscal-period boundary), flips the
source_type, and writes an audit row — no blanket data sweep.
- POST /api/reconciliation/bank/mark-opening-balance + MarkOpeningBalanceSchema.
- BankReconciliationView action to trigger it from the IB diff.
The gnubok_create_voucher executor now accepts a typed is_opening_balance flag
and derives source_type='opening_balance' only after validating class 1/2 lines
on the period start, so new IBs land correctly typed.
Covered by lib/reconciliation auto-reconcile tests, voucher-executors tests,
and a mark-entry-as-opening-balance pg-real test.

* chore: rebrand gnubok → Accounted and prune swarm agent skills
Product rebrand and skills housekeeping. No runtime behaviour change.
Rebrand: replace user-visible "gnubok" with "Accounted" across docs, READMEs,
in-code comments, doc-site content, MCP skill/resource prose, and the
gnubok-mcp package description. The MCP resource URI scheme is moved gnubok://
→ Accounted:// consistently across resource registrations, the event-type
comment, and the resource/skill tests. Deliberately preserved as stable
identifiers (NOT rebranded): the gnubok-company-id cookie, gnubok_sk_ / gnubok_inv_
token prefixes, the gnubok-mcp npm bridge name, and the AGI <gem:Programnamn>
value (kept 'gnubok' per its source comment — it is the software identifier sent
to Skatteverket and must not churn across visual rebrands).
Skills: remove the 27 swarm-* agent SKILL.md atoms (no longer used; already
absent from the agent_atom_registry in prod), refresh the remaining skill docs,
add the .claude/rules/ path-scoped rule set, and regenerate the
seed_agent_atom_bodies migration + .skill-body-manifest.json via
`npm run skills:generate` so the DB-backed skill bodies match the trimmed set.

Fix/m sprint fixes (#613)
* fix(dashboard): exclude ignored and already-triaged transactions from stale count The "Gamla transaktioner" widget counted transactions that had been ignored or already marked as is_business=true but not yet booked, so users saw a nag for a row they had already dealt with — and the /transactions inbox correctly hid it. Align the count with the inbox criterion (is_business IS NULL, is_ignored = false) so the widget clears when the row leaves the inbox. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): read entity_type from settings response wrapper The transactions page read entityRes.entity_type directly, but /api/settings returns { data: { entity_type, ... } }. The expression was always undefined, so setEntityType never fired and entityType stayed at its initial 'enskild_firma'. The template picker's entity_type filter then dropped every aktiebolag-tagged user template for AB customers — only entity_type='all' templates made it through. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * stale templates bank sync journal entry from transaction * fixed pr comments * fixed pr comment --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat: voucher linking, recovery ops, and salary overrides (#591)
* feat: voucher linking, recovery ops, and salary overrides Adds reversible/correction-style write paths that customers and agents have been asking for, plus per-run salary employee overrides. Invoice → voucher linking - POST /api/invoices/[id]/link-to-voucher and GET /api/invoices/[id]/voucher-candidates - lib/invoices/voucher-matching.ts with full + pg test coverage - LinkVoucherPicker UI in PaymentBookingDialog - pending_operations.operation_type expanded with link_invoice_voucher (medium risk) and a (journal_entry_id, invoice_id) unique guard - MCP: gnubok_find_voucher_candidates_for_invoice and gnubok_link_invoice_to_voucher tools SIE undo - POST /api/import/sie/[id]/undo + undo_sie_import RPC - sie_imports.status gains 'undone' - ImportResultStep surfaces the action; structured error SIE_UNDO_FAILED Edit-recreate journal entries - POST /api/bookkeeping/journal-entries/[id]/edit-recreate - Bookkeeping detail page wires it into the existing edit flow Delete-last-voucher clears IB link - Trigger + pg test ensure deleting the last voucher of a period nulls the opening_balance_journal_entry_id link so a re-import lands cleanly Salary employee overrides - salary_run_employees gains per-run override fields + migration - lib/salary/effective-values.ts centralises resolved values; all payslip, payment, AGI, KU, and booking routes read through it - SalaryOverridePanel on the employee detail page Account classifier - lib/bookkeeping/account-classifier.ts + tests; AddAccountDialog uses it - backfill-import-accounts script updated Misc - toast: minor styling tweak - AGI generate-declaration: respect effective values - structured-errors: new LINK_INVOICE_VOUCHER namespace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add link_invoice_voucher operation type to pending_operations * feat: refactor salary run calculations and update error handling for SIE imports * fix: PR review feedback on voucher linking and SIE recovery pg-real (blocking): - tests/pg/delete-last-voucher-ib: drop posted_at = now() from the seed UPDATE — journal_entries has no posted_at column. - lib/invoices/__tests__/voucher-matching.pg: seed the posted voucher before closing the fiscal period so enforce_period_lock doesn't block the INSERT during setup. voucher-matching error codes and rollback: - Add LINK_VOUCHER_DB_ERROR (HTTP 500) and return it on real invoice UPDATE / payment INSERT failures. Previously these returned LINK_VOUCHER_VOUCHER_NOT_FOUND (404) which the pending-op dispatcher auto-rejects on transient DB errors. - Log rollback failures explicitly so an invoice left in a half-linked state (advanced status, no payment row) surfaces for manual reconciliation instead of disappearing silently. resyncNextPeriodOpeningBalance ordering: - Create the new IB first, relink the period FK, then storno the old IB. Previously the storno ran first; if createJournalEntry failed the next period was left with a reversed IB and nothing to replace it, and executeSIEImport swallows the error as a non-fatal warning. replace_period_opening_balance_link: - Tighten role check to owner/admin (was owner/admin/member). Matches delete_last_voucher and undo_sie_import. Data minimisation: - /api/invoices/[id]/voucher-candidates and the matching MCP tools now project only the invoice and customer fields the matcher reads, instead of returning the full customer row. Schema bounds: - SalaryEmployeeOverrideSchema caps each numeric override at 10 MSEK to catch typos before they reach the ledger or AGI. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): supply user_id when seeding voucher_sequences voucher_sequences.user_id is NOT NULL (per the multi-tenant refactor in 20260330130000). The previous test seed only set company_id / fiscal_period_id / voucher_series, which made the seed fail with a constraint violation on the latest pg-real run. Pass the same userId used elsewhere in the seed helper. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): scope delete-last-voucher RPC assertions inside the tx withUserContext always ROLLBACKs, so any DELETE the RPC performs is discarded when the callback returns. The previous test then queried journal_entries via a fresh getPool() connection that only saw the pre-RPC committed seed state — hence "expected '1' to be '0'". Move every post-RPC assertion (entry count, period FK clear, opening_balances_set flip, audit log entry, sie_imports clear) inside the same withUserContext callback so they observe the uncommitted state before ROLLBACK fires. Also fix the sie_imports INSERT: the column is `filename`, not `file_name`, and `sie_type` is NOT NULL. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): assert against the IB-marker audit row directly DELETE on journal_entries fires two audit_log writes: the generic write_audit_log() trigger row ("Deleted journal_entries record") and the delete_last_voucher RPC's explicit "(was period IB)" entry. Both land at the same statement_timestamp(), so ORDER BY created_at DESC LIMIT 1 returned the trigger row non-deterministically in CI. Switch to a presence check with a LIKE filter on the IB marker so the test verifies what it actually cares about — that the RPC's IB-aware audit row exists. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(db): set company_id on delete_last_voucher audit_log rows 20260528120000_delete_last_voucher_clears_ib_link.sql inserts directly into audit_log without setting company_id. audit_log's SELECT policy filters company_id IN user_company_ids(), so those rows landed with company_id=NULL and were invisible to every reader — only the generic write_audit_log() trigger row remained visible. That broke BFL audit- trail intent: the "(was period IB)" provenance row was never readable. Republish delete_last_voucher with p_company_id populated on both audit_log INSERTs (draft path and posted path). Behavior is otherwise unchanged; the pg-real test for the IB-clear flow now sees the RPC-written marker row as expected. feat(sandbox, branding): prod-parity demo with AI gating + accounted rebrand (#585)
* feat(sandbox, branding): prod-parity demo with AI gating + accounted rebrand Sandbox now ships with seeded suppliers, supplier invoices, an asset, a verified agent_profile, and pending operations so the demo company exercises every prod surface. Server-side `guardSandbox()` short- circuits any AI or paid-external API call (Bedrock chat/composer, Resend invoice send, Riksbanken FX, VIES, etc.) and the AgentSheet swaps in a SandboxAgentPreview that explains what's gated and offers a register CTA. DashboardContent no longer mounts the NewUserChecklist when the agent is already built, fixing the path that let sandbox users still trigger /onboarding/agent. Visible branding flips from Gnubok to Accounted: new BrandWordmark component (Hedvig Letters Serif 700), new app/icon.png + PWA icons generated from the accounted icon, default appName updated. URLs, header names, API key prefixes, hostnames, and event/cookie/ localStorage keys keep `gnubok` — the rebrand is visual only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): hardcode supplier-invoice arrival numbers in seed get_next_arrival_number is MAX(arrival_number) + 1 against the same table we're about to insert into. Calling it twice before either row lands made both calls return 1, which then violated the (company_id, arrival_number) unique index — POST /api/sandbox/seed 500'd on first sandbox start. The seeded company is brand new in this branch so 1 and 2 are guaranteed unused; hardcoding side-steps the race entirely. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): set paid_amount=0 on unpaid supplier invoice PostgREST normalizes the column set across rows in a bulk insert, so the second supplier invoice (Espresso House, status=registered) was being sent with paid_amount=null because the first row (Telia, paid) set it. supplier_invoices.paid_amount is NOT NULL DEFAULT 0; the default only kicks in when the column is *absent* from the payload, not when it's explicitly null. Set it inline to side-step the normalization. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): set actor_type=agent_chat on seeded pending_operations pending_operations only allows user-scoped INSERTs via the `pending_operations_chat_insert` policy, which requires actor_type='agent_chat' alongside auth.uid()=user_id + company membership. The seed was inserting with the default actor_type='user', tripping the RLS check. Also lift risk_level from preview_data (where it was unused) onto the row itself, matching the column added in 20260430120000_pending_operations_actor_and_risk. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pr-review): address PR #585 review feedback Fixes called out by the core-only CI check, Greptile, and the compliance + Swedish-accounting bots: - AGI Programnamn pinned back to 'gnubok' (CI blocker). The XML Skatteverket receives must keep the stable software identifier regardless of the visual rebrand — same rule as the v1 health endpoint's `service: 'gnubok'` literal. - handleCreateAccount in SandboxAgentPreview + ChatEmptyState now wraps signOut() in try/catch so a transient Supabase failure doesn't strand the user on a dead button (greptile P2 × 2). - /api/currency/rate hard-fails on missing companyId instead of conditionally skipping the sandbox guard (greptile P2 / compliance V8.2.1). - topUpSandboxAdditions now delegates to ensureSandboxAgentProfile; the assistant persona lives in exactly one place across the seed, layout backfills, and top-up path (greptile P2 outside-diff / compliance SOC2 CC6.1). - ensureSandboxAgentProfile drops the userId param and sets verified_by_user_id to NULL — synthetic seed data should not attribute verification to a real user (compliance V8.2.1 / GDPR Art. 25(2)). Errors now logged via the structured logger instead of being silently swallowed (V16). - Sandbox seed swaps real-world company names (Telia, Espresso House) for clearly-synthetic Demo-prefixed brands using the 5559... documentation org-number range (compliance A.8.33). Asset cost bumped 24 000 → 35 000 SEK so the demo clears the förbrukningsinventarier threshold and illustrates capitalization unambiguously (swedish-asset-accounting). - Representation pending-operation preview corrected: VAT label fixed from 6% → 12%, and input VAT split between the avdragsgill (2641) and ej-avdragsgill (5811) portions to match swedish-vat / ML 8 kap rules (swedish-vat). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pr-review): seed preview consistency + AGI Programnamn constant Two last review-bot items before merge: - Sandbox seed: the representation pending-operation preview was splitting the 240 SEK café meal 60/180 between 5810 and 5811, which is wrong for a single attendee under the 300 SEK / person avdragsgill cap (ML 8 kap) — the entire amount is fully avdragsgill in that case. Collapse the preview to a single 5810 + 2641 + 2440 entry so it matches the supplier_invoice_items row 1:1 and stops teaching demo users an incorrect bookkeeping pattern. - Hoist the AGI Programnamn 'gnubok' literal into a named constant with a comment pointing to potential future Skatteverket vendor registration (per the swedish-compliance bot's nit). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): avoid BFL duplicate-verification on pending op + fix VAT cap comment Swedish-compliance bot caught two final nits: - The pending operation for the Demokafé representation was using the same supplier_invoice_number as the already-seeded supplier_invoices row (88245). If the sandbox user approved the staged operation, the insert would have created (or attempted) a duplicate verification — BFL 5 kap. requires each affärshändelse be recorded exactly once. Swap the staged operation's invoice number to a distinct value (INKOMMANDE-2026-001) so approval cleanly creates a new row. - The preview comment described the 300 SEK threshold as an "avdragsgill cap". The actual rule (ML 8 kap. 9 §) caps the deductible VAT at 25 % × 300 SEK × antal_personer = 75 SEK per person — the 300 SEK is the tax base, not the total. Math here is correct either way, but the comment now states the correct formula so future seed edits don't propagate the wrong understanding. Agent v1 bundle: TIC v2 onboarding, in-app assistant gating, sidebar nav, MCP fixes (#584)
* fix(sie-import): accept tab as field separator (Bollbok exports) The SIE 4 spec allows either space or tab between fields, but splitSIELine() only treated space (0x20) as a separator. Bollbok exports tab-separated lines for every record except #RAR, which silently swallowed all #IB / #UB / #KONTO / #KTYP / #VER / #TRANS records — imports appeared empty even though the file was well-formed. Also adds a parser-side diagnostic that emits a warning when raw #IB or #VER lines are present in the input but parsing produced none. The previous silent failure is how this bug stayed hidden; the warning gives the import preview something visible to surface next time. Verified against two real reproducer files (Sean / Erik Hellqvist): erik h 2025.SE (UTF-8): 166 accounts, 66 IB, 4 UB, 11 RES, 95 vouchers, 198 TRANS. erik h 2026.SE (CP437): 166 accounts, 66 IB, 4 UB, 0 vouchers. Both now parse with zero warnings/errors. Tests: + 8 Bollbok-shape tab-separated fixtures (2025 + 2026 quoting variants). + 4 silent-failure diagnostic-warning tests. All 74 sie-parser tests pass; 155/155 in lib/import; 64/64 downstream callers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sie-import): address PR #513 review — strip #KTYP quotes, suppress redundant aggregate warning Two non-blocking P2 findings from Greptile review on PR #513: 1. #KTYP handler stored fields[2] directly, so Bollbok 2026 exports (#KTYP\t1510\t"T") stored '"T"' with literal quotes instead of 'T'. Latent defect — accountType is unused downstream today, but my tab- separator fix made the quoted-value path reachable. Now routes through parseStringField so both Bollbok 2025 (unquoted T) and 2026 (quoted "T") land as 'T'. 2. The aggregate "kontrollera fältavskiljare och teckenkodning" warning fired alongside per-record 'error'-severity issues for malformed #IB / #VER records, producing a misleading hint when the parser had already pinpointed the structural problem. Now suppressed when an error-severity issue with the same tag already exists. Test coverage: + accountType asserted to be 'T' (not '"T"') in both 2025 + 2026 shapes. + VER aggregate-warning test now uses #VER lines without { } blocks (silent loss, no per-record error) — the canonical case the diagnostic is designed for. + New suppression test: bare #VER produces per-record errors AND the aggregate warning is absent. 75/75 sie-parser tests pass; 156/156 in lib/import. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: agent chat + composer + memory + document extraction In-progress work on this branch beyond the SIE-import fixes: - Specialized accountant agent (composer + intents + chat loop) - Persistent agent_conversations/messages, agent_profiles, agent_memory - /chat surface + /onboarding/agent + /settings/agent-memory - document-extraction extension with status hooks - MCP server staging refactor + new skills (atoms, bank reconciliation, customer onboarding, kreditfaktura) - pending_operations rejection feedback (category + reason) + realtime - TIC company profile cached snapshot on companies - 17 migrations (all additive — see prior conversation analysis) Parked while branch waits for review/merge. Migrations are already applied to prod. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(tic): migrate company-data client from api-core v1 to Lens v2 Swaps the seven TIC company-data endpoints we call from the api-core paths (`/datasets/companies/{companyId}/...`, `/search/companies`) to the Lens equivalents (`/companies/{id}/...`, `/search-public/companies`). Hard cutover; proxy pattern preserved. Schema shifts handled inside the extension so consumers (TicWorkspace, Step2CompanyDetails) don't need changes: - `/companies/{id}/bank-accounts` now returns Bankgirot only — map to the existing `{ type, accountNumber, bic }` shape, drop terminated. - `/companies/{id}/industries` returns a discriminated array — filter to `companyIndustryCodeType === 'sni2007'` to preserve v1 behavior. - `/companies/{id}/phone-numbers` renamed the field to `phoneNumberFormatted` (fall back to `e164PhoneNumber`). - `/companies/{id}/documents` replaces `/financial-report-summaries`; filter `type === 'annualReport'` and read nested `financialReportMetadata` to rebuild the legacy summary shape. - `isCeased` is now a top-level boolean; `activityStatus` is an enum. Translate enum -> 'ceased' for the workspace's existing check. BankID identity flow (id.tic.io) is untouched — separate TIC product. Note: deploy gated on the TIC proxy being flipped to lens-api.tic.io with an `x-api-key` Lens key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tic): expose v2 onboarding & workspace data Adds six new Lens (v2) fetchers on top of the migration that already landed in this branch, surfacing the data through /lookup and /profile. New fetchers in lib/tic-client.ts: - getFiscalYears /companies/{id}/fiscal-years - getAccountingPeriods /companies/{id}/accounting-periods - getPayrolls /companies/{id}/payrolls - getSignatory /companies/{id}/signatory - getRepresentatives /companies/{id}/representatives - getCompanyStatus /companies/{id}/status /lookup gains a fiscalYear field (current fiscal-year configuration) so onboarding Step 2 can skip manual MM-DD entry. CompanyLookupResult extended with optional fiscalYear; consumers without it keep working. /profile gains five new sections on TICCompanyProfile: - fiscalYear + fiscalYearHistory current + deduped period list - signatory firmateckning descriptions - board + representatives board-composition summary + active officers (positionEnd in future) - payrolls payroll2 array newest-first, with deviation vs annual-report - statuses current+historical status entries with red/yellow/green/neutral color TicWorkspace renders the new data as four cards (Status, Fiscal year + Signatory, Board + Representatives, Payroll history) plus a Badge mapping for the traffic-light status color. Tests: 52 -> 60 passing. Added unit tests for the new fetchers' v2 paths, fiscal-year auto-fill in /lookup, and full v2 profile coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(onboarding, agent): lean on TIC v2 to skip Steps 1 & 3 and sharpen Opus Three small wins that unlock more of the v2 cutover. No new endpoints — the data was already in the snapshot, just not flowing where it should. Step 1 (entity_type) — deep-link path only: - /lookup now returns `legalEntityType` and `registrationDate` (added to CompanyLookupResult). - /onboarding/page.tsx does a server-side /lookup prefetch when ?org_number= is present (BankID picker path), maps "AB"/"EF" to the EntityType enum, and seeds Step 1's radio. Falls through silently for unsupported codes (HB, KB, …) and on TIC errors. - WelcomeOnboarding hydrates ticLookup state from the server prefetch so Step 2's debounced client fetch and Step 3's first-year inference both have data on first render — no flash. Step 3 (is_first_fiscal_year) — every path: - deriveFirstYearDefaults() parses ticLookup.registrationDate and returns { isFirstFiscalYear, firstYearStart } when registered <12 months ago. Step 3's initialData picks it up; the user only confirms the end date. - Settings value wins when present so existing users with a saved choice don't get overridden. Composer prompt: - redactTic allowlist was the bottleneck — it stripped beneficialOwners, signatory, board, representatives, payrolls, statuses, fiscalYear before Opus ever saw the JSON. Existing filterRedundantQuestions ownership logic was effectively dead because the data path was severed. Expanded allowlist to include those v2 sections; kept bankAccounts/ email/phone/fiscalYearHistory/financialReports out (token cost > signal). - SYSTEM_PROMPT now documents each v2 section and the rules Opus should apply: payroll signal switches from "registration.payroll" to "actual payrolls[] filings" (kills the false-positive swedish-payroll selection for newly registered employers); beneficialOwners[] becomes the authoritative ownership source (single owner → FMB modifier; multiple → multi-owner); statuses[] isCeased/red triggers an uncertainty_note. Tests: 4112 unchanged. Build: green. No schema or migration changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): onboarding polish + composer signal fixes from first-run feedback UX: - AgentOnboarding: drop the 10s "Hoppa över — fortsätt med standardval" escape hatch. The fallback path runs automatically on timeout; the manual skip just teased users into a degraded build. - ReviewCard step 2 title: "Stämma av detaljerna" → "Stäm av detaljerna" (imperative form matches the rest of the steps). - Drop em-dashes from user-visible Swedish strings in AgentOnboarding + ReviewCard (fallback labels, subtitles, placeholder, error message, final CTA). Em-dashes survive in code comments only. - "Fråga min revisor" → "Fråga min assistent" everywhere it surfaced: AgentTrigger, AgentSparkleButton, ReviewCard preview, ReviewCard fallback comment, general.help intent buttonLabel + prompt text. - AgentTrigger / AgentSparkleButton / EmptyState.AgentHelpLink / TransactionInboxCard ask-button all gated on identity.isVerified. Pre-onboarding users no longer see the floating FAB or per-page Sparkle buttons. AgentSheetProvider.identity gained an isVerified field; (dashboard)/layout.tsx selects agent_profiles.verified_at and passes it through. TIC verksamhetsbeskrivning: - tic/index.ts /profile: /companies/{id}/purposes returns every historical verksamhetsföremål filing. Picking [0] was returning the oldest "äga och förvalta" holding-company boilerplate for companies whose later filings narrowed the purpose ("tillhandahålla företagskrediter och finansiella teknologilösningar"). Sort the array by lastUpdatedAtUtc desc and take the most recent non-empty purpose. Composer banking signal: - loadBankingSummary now reads journal_entry_id alongside description/amount/date and returns per-counterparty `direction` ('in' | 'out' | 'mixed') and `has_unbooked` (any row not yet booked). Aggregate `unbooked_count` accompanies the rollup. - buildUserPrompt emits each counterparty as `Name: 12 345 kr (ut, OBOKFÖRD)` so Opus can tell income from cost on sight and tell which counterparties are still open questions. - SYSTEM_PROMPT now explicitly forbids verification questions about counterparties whose direction is unambiguous AND status is 'bokförd'. Should kill the regressions from the first agent build: * "Konsult, J 98 565 kr — intäkt eller kostnad?" when the amount is clearly negative. * "ALMI AB 493 000 kr — lån eller bidrag?" when the transaction is already categorized. Tests: 4112 unchanged. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent,ui): representation needs deltagare+syfte, drop duplicate doc icon Representation booking: - transaction-categorization prompt now requires the agent to capture participants (name + company) AND purpose before staging a representation categorization. SKV's representationsregler + ML 8 kap require the verifikation to document who attended and what the meeting was about; without that the avdrag is denied and the post should be booked as non-deductible / personalkostnad. - The agent confirms back in plain text (audit trail in the chat), writes the deltagare + syfte to gnubok_remember_fact (long-term), THEN stages. Saknas deltagare/syfte: explicitly tell the user the avdrag won't go through and offer the non-deductible alternative. - Known gap (followup, not this commit): the staged op's journal entry description doesn't yet carry the deltagare text. Until we add a `notes` field to gnubok_categorize_transaction, the audit trail lives in chat + agent_memory only. TransactionInboxCard duplicate attachment indicator: - Drop the FileCheck2 "open document" button from the trailing slot. TransactionAttachmentIndicator (Paperclip) next to the description already opens the underlag on click. Two icons doing the same thing was noise. Cleaned up the unused state (isOpeningDoc, hasAttachment, handleOpenAttachment) and dropped now-unused imports (FileCheck2, useToast). Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent, nav): notes on verifikation + redesigned sidebar Audit-trail notes for representation: - gnubok_categorize_transaction gains an optional `notes` string. Threaded through stagePendingOperation → commitCategorizeTransaction → createTransactionJournalEntry, which now appends notes to the entry's description (capped at 500 chars). The verifikation an external auditor reads now carries deltagare + syfte directly — not just chat history / agent_memory. - transaction-categorization prompt updated: representation flow now REQUIRES the agent to pass deltagare+syfte via the notes parameter. Without it the booking is non-deductible / personalkostnad per SKV. DashboardNav redesign: - Top section: flat, no header — Hem (/chat), Underlag (was Dokumentinkorg), Transaktioner, Granskning. Always visible; the inline badge on /pending shows the count when there are pending ops. - Mid section: four collapsible dropdowns (Försäljning, Inköp, Redovisning, Personal). Each auto-expands when the active route lives inside it. KPI moved from main to Redovisning. Extension nav items (TIC workspace, etc.) fold into Redovisning. - Bottom-left: new account popover (DropdownMenu, opens upward) holding CompanySwitcher, Inställningar, Hjälp, Support, Logga ut. Replaces the old top company-switcher card + the bottom Support/Logout block. - Mobile drawer mirrors the new structure: top items as flat list, same four dropdown groups, separate "Tillägg" section when extensions exist, "Mitt konto" section at the bottom. - i18n: invoice_inbox label renamed "Dokumentinkorg" → "Underlag" ("Documents" in en). New keys: mitt_konto, group_extensions. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): unhide Leverantörer under Inköp The /suppliers entry existed in navItems but was marked hidden — leftover from when the supplier list lived elsewhere in the IA. Removing the hidden flag puts Leverantörer in the Inköp dropdown alongside Leverantörsfakturor. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): CompanySwitcher back to top-left, user account moves bottom-left The previous pass collapsed both concepts into the bottom popover. They mean different things: the company is the org context everything below operates against (top-of-sidebar, scannable); the user is the account-holder (bottom-of-sidebar, where settings/logout live). - (dashboard)/layout.tsx: fetch profiles.full_name alongside the existing identity queries; pass userName + userEmail into DashboardNav. - DashboardNav: restore CompanySwitcher at the top of the sidebar (pre-redesign placement). Bottom-left popover trigger now shows the signed-in user's name + single-letter initial (accountInitial helper falls back to email's first char, then "?"). Popover header carries full name + email; items unchanged (Inställningar, Hjälp, Support, Logga ut). CompanySwitcher removed from inside the popover — nested dropdowns were awkward and the top placement is where it belongs. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): trim the agent context strip The row-level AgentContextStrip on /pending was rendering the model name (eu.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-6) and the full atoms array (horizontal/swedish-vat, vertical/konsult-it, …) inline, which made each row 60–80 chars of mostly-the-same metadata. Reviewers never scan that text; they scan amounts and decide approve/reject. Now the strip shows only the conversation deep-link (Konversation #<short id>) — the one piece that's actually useful for diving into context. Model + atoms remain available in agent_metadata for debugging surfaces; they're just not in the list view. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): shared ground rules + paragraph breaks after tool calls Two regressions surfaced in real usage. Both are systemic. Shared agent ground rules: - /chat surface (general.help) was happily inventing four-digit BAS account numbers ("Debet 6212 - Molntjänster…", "Kredit 2614 - Ingående moms…") and proposing booking decisions on invoices it had never seen, with no follow-up questions about currency/scope/etc. - transaction-categorization had those rules baked into its prompt; general-help / bokslut-step / invoice-draft / supplier-invoice-review / verifikation-draft / vat-review never inherited them. - Extracted lib/agent/intents/shared-rules.ts with five cross-cutting rules: underlag first (check inbox + ask user to upload to Dokumentinkorgen when missing), ask follow-ups when ambiguous, never write four-digit BAS account numbers in chat (category names only), cite atoms / load skills (don't guess), check counterparty history before proposing. - Injected renderAgentGroundRules() into all six intents above. transaction-categorization left alone — it has more detailed inline rules tied to its specific underlag-flow. Paragraph break after tool calls: - text_delta from the model often resumes after a tool call without a leading newline ("kategoriseras." → gnubok_query_journal runs → "Inget historik hittades…" appended directly). Markdown rendered the concatenation as one paragraph. - AgentChat text_delta handler now inserts \n\n when (a) the buffer ends with text content, (b) the incoming delta starts with text content, (c) at least one tool call has run, and (d) the buffer doesn't already end with a blank line. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): default-open dropdown groups; closing is per-user Dropdowns started collapsed which meant first-time users had to open each group to discover what's inside. Inverted the state: default open, user can collapse, active route still forces a group open. - manualExpanded → manualCollapsed (semantics flip) - toggleGroup unchanged externally; flips the bit - isGroupExpanded returns !manualCollapsed[g] || hasActiveChild Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): rate-safe v1→v2 TIC upgrade, counterparty defaults, profile settings Three pre-ship quality wins. Rate-limit-safe TIC v2 upgrade: - The /profile endpoint fans out to ~13 Lens calls; the account has a ~3000/mo ceiling. Force-refreshing every pre-v2 (v1) snapshot across the customer base would blow the budget. - ensureTicSnapshot gains an `upgradeV1` flag. A cached snapshot still inside the 7-day window is re-fetched only when (a) the caller passes upgradeV1 AND (b) the snapshot is v1-shaped (missing the v2-only `statuses` key). Gated to the two agent-onboarding call sites — a deliberate, once-per-company action and the only consumer of the v2 sections. Workspace + signup keep the natural 7-day staleness, so the v1→v2 migration is lazy and bounded to companies actually building an agent. Known-counterparty defaults (shared-rules): - Agent now proposes a sensible default for well-known counterparties instead of asking the same question monthly: Almi → lån, Tillväxtverket/ Vinnova/EU-stöd → bidrag, Skatteverket → skatt/avgift or återbäring, Bolagsverket → avgift, Försäkringskassan → ersättning, EF private withdrawal → eget uttag. Stated as an assumption the user can correct, not a hard rule — underlag/history still wins. Företagsprofil settings page: - New /settings/agent-profile (Företagsprofil / "Company profile"): view + edit the agent's company profile after onboarding — assistant name + avatar, the profile summary the agent reasons from, and a read-only chip view of loaded specialities (atoms). Backed by the existing GET/PATCH /api/agent/profile. - New GET /api/agent/atom-titles?ids= resolves atom slugs → human titles for the chips (registry is globally-readable reference data). - Added to SettingsSidebar; i18n keys agent_profile (sv "Företagsprofil" / en "Company profile"). Note: /chat already redirects unverified users to / (chat layout guard), and / renders WelcomeGate → /onboarding/agent. No redirect work needed. AgentSetupBanner.tsx is orphaned dead code (WelcomeGate superseded it). Tests: 4112. Build: green. Both new routes compile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav, agent): Hem=Översikt + separate Assistent button; memory dedup Nav restructure: - "Hem" now points to / (Översikt dashboard) again, not /chat. The agent chat gets its own top-level nav entry "Assistent" (Sparkles icon) → /chat. Mobile bottom nav mirrors this (Hem / Assistent / Transaktioner). - / restored to render DashboardContent (the Översikt) for built-agent users instead of redirecting to /chat. Users who haven't built their assistant yet still get WelcomeGate (the build-agent checklist); once verified, / shows the dashboard. Chat is reachable anytime via its nav entry. Restored main's dashboard data-fetch; added an agent_profiles verified_at probe to drive the WelcomeGate branch. - i18n: nav.assistant ("Assistent" / "Assistant"). agent_memory dedup (gnubok_remember_fact): - The agent re-remembers the same fact constantly (e.g. "Vercel = omvänd skattskyldighet" on every Vercel categorization), which would bloat agent_memory with paraphrases over months. - Before insert, compare the incoming fact against the 300 most-recent active memories by word-set Jaccard similarity (lowercased, punctuation- stripped, stopwords dropped). A near-duplicate (≥0.82) is treated as already-known: bump its relevance toward the new score + refresh updated_at instead of writing a new row. Embedding-free, zero added latency beyond one bounded SELECT. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent, nav): företagsprofil=Bolagsuppgifter, avatar nav icon, dedupe greeting Företagsprofil settings page (the right content this time): - Replaced the agent atoms/summary panel with CompanyProfileView — a read-only "Bolagsuppgifter" view of the cached TIC company snapshot (name, org-nr, form, address, F-skatt/Moms/Arbetsgivare, SNI, bank, verksamhet, employees, latest financials, status traffic-lights, fiscal year, firmateckning, företrädare). Server component reads the companies.tic_snapshot column directly — no extension import, stays inside the core-build boundary. - Route renamed /settings/agent-profile → /settings/company-profile. Removed the old AgentProfilePanel + the now-unused /api/agent/atom-titles endpoint. "Assistent" nav icon = the agent's chosen avatar: - DashboardNav reads agent identity from AgentSheetProvider and renders the onboarding-chosen avatar for the /chat ("Assistent") entry across desktop sidebar, mobile drawer, and mobile bottom nav. Falls back to the Sparkles glyph pre-onboarding (no avatar yet). Nav cleanup: - Dropped the beta badge from Underlag. - Filtered the TIC workspace (/e/general/tic, "Företagsprofil") out of the nav — the same Bolagsuppgifter now lives under Inställningar → Företagsprofil, so it shouldn't appear in two places. Doubled intake greeting fix: - /chat/intake fires an invoke with no conversation_id, then swaps the URL to /chat/[id] the instant the `conversation` event lands — which can beat the greeting being persisted. /chat/[id] then hydrated with 0 messages and, because the auto-fire guard keyed on (id && messages>0), fired a SECOND invoke on the same conversation → two greetings. Guard now keys on conversation-id presence alone: a set id means resume, never bootstrap. Closes the race. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): paragraph-break-after-tool split words mid-stream The earlier "insert \n\n when text resumes after a tool call" heuristic re-evaluated on EVERY text_delta (any delta not starting/ending with whitespace, once a tool had run). Streaming deltas arrive in sub-word chunks, so it injected breaks between fragments of the same word: "minnes\n\nno\n\nterna", "kund\n\nrep\n\nresentation". Replace the per-delta heuristic with a consume-once ref: - tool_use sets breakBeforeNextTextRef = true - the next text_delta consumes it: prepends \n\n exactly once (only when the buffer has content, doesn't already end in whitespace, and the delta doesn't start with whitespace), then clears the flag So the break fires once per tool→text resume, never mid-word. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): much shorter replies, representation headcount + VAT cap, dot separator Brevity (system-prompt Svarsformat — affects every reply): - Hard "korthet är regel nummer ett": aim for 2-4 sentences, lead with the answer/action, no warm-up ("Här är vad som gäller…"), don't derive VAT in prose, don't restate what the approval card shows, one question at a time. The agent was writing textbook-length essays. Representation rule now in shared-rules (so verifikation-draft, vat-review, etc. all get it — previously only transaction-categorization had it, which is why the verifikation flow guessed 25% VAT and skipped the cap): - Require ANTAL deltagare (headcount), not just one name — the moms deduction is per person (underlag cap 300 kr/person ex moms). - Use the receipt's ACTUAL VAT rate (usually 12% on food), never assume 25%. - Meal representation isn't income-tax deductible (post-2017); whole cost booked as non-deductible representation. Verifikation description separator: - createTransactionJournalEntry appended notes with an em-dash ("Utlägg Eatnam — Deltagare:…"), violating house style. Switched to a middle dot " · ". journal_entries has no separate notes column — the description IS the BFL verifikationstext / audit field, so deltagare + syfte correctly live there. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): tidy Bolagsuppgifter — no status colours, clean firmateckning From first-look feedback on the Företagsprofil page: - Status: dropped the coloured traffic-light badges (red/yellow/green). Per the design system semantic colour is data-only, never chrome, so status now renders as plain label + date. Also filtered to dated entries only — Bolagsverket emits flags like "Har aldrig varit verksam" with no date that read as noise next to the real status. Ceased status gets muted destructive text (the one chrome colour the system keeps). - Firmateckning: the source text carries ">" list markers and crams several rules onto one line, and repeats "Firman tecknas av styrelsen" across rows. cleanSignatory() strips the markers, normalises whitespace, splits run-on "Firman tecknas …" clauses onto separate lines, and the render dedupes — so each rule reads as its own sentence. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): inbox items expose all terminal links + processed flag The Eatnam receipt was booked against its bank transaction (so the inbox row had matched_transaction_id + created_journal_entry_id set), yet the agent reported it as loose/unmatched and a duplicate risk. Root cause: gnubok_list_inbox_items only selected and returned matched_supplier_id + created_supplier_invoice_id — the supplier-invoice path. The transaction-match and direct-journal-entry paths were invisible, so any receipt cleared via /transactions looked unprocessed. - list_inbox_items now selects + returns matched_transaction_id and created_journal_entry_id alongside the supplier fields, plus a derived `processed` boolean (true when ANY of the three terminal links is set). - New unprocessed_only=true input filters to items with no terminal link — the "what still needs handling" view that prevents the agent from flagging already-booked docs as duplicates. (Fetches a wider window then filters client-side so limit applies post-filter.) - Description updated to document the processed semantics, within the 280-char tool-description budget. The DB linkage itself already worked: /transactions attach-document sets matched_transaction_id, and commitCategorizeTransaction stamps created_journal_entry_id. This was purely a read/surface gap. Tests: 4112 (+ MCP description guard). Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): repair stage-but-never-commit tools + consolidate tool surface - post_annual_depreciation AND reverse_entry were never in the pending_operations operation_type CHECK, so both staged then died with check_violation at INSERT. Add the CHECK migration, a commitPostAnnualDepreciation executor (reusing commitAnnualPostings), risk tier, and the PendingOperationType union member. - Salary tools de-risked: calculate_salary_run calls runSalaryCalculation() directly (no self-fetch/forged cookie); create_salary_run uses a transactional create-run helper with compensating delete; generate_agi actually generates + persists the declaration. - import_sie parses + validates at stage time with a content-rich preview (company, fiscal year, voucher/account counts, balance) instead of a blind byte count. - batch-match-invoices passed user.id where companyId was expected (silently matched zero). - VAT report+widget merged behind render_ui; gnubok_search_tools ranks by relevance; gnubok_feedback readOnlyHint corrected; tools/list instruction text fixed; income decision-tree + GL/query_journal cross-refs added. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): load skill atom bodies from the DB so they survive the build Skill bodies were read from disk at runtime (.claude/skills/**/SKILL.md); on Vercel the dynamic readFile path isn't traced into the lambda and on Docker .claude/ is excluded, so atoms loaded EMPTY in production — a despecialized agent. Inline the bodies into agent_atom_registry instead: - Migration adds body + mcp_exposed columns; a build-time generator (scripts/generate-skill-bodies.ts) emits a deterministic dollar-quoted seed migration with a content-hash manifest + --check CI guard. - Read sites (mcp-server atoms.ts, chat system-prompt.ts, composer prewarm) read body from the DB, with a dev-only disk fallback. mcp_exposed curates which atoms the MCP exposes (swarm-* never become atoms). - The seed script + generator share scripts/lib/atom-discovery.ts; estimated_tokens now reflects SKILL.md only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): safe the in-app assistant — gating, FAB de-confliction, rate limit, friendly errors - Hide all agent entry points until verified_at: the Assistent nav tab (sidebar + mobile) and the agent-memory settings tab now match the floating FAB's gate. - FAB de-confliction: /kpi -> kpi.explain and /bookkeeping/year-end -> bokslut.step so the floating button opens the SAME assistant as the page button (no two-agents-on-one-page). - Generous per-user rate limit (30/min, 1000/day) on /api/agent/invoke, /onboarding/stream, /composer via a new agent_rate_counters table + check_and_increment_agent_quota RPC; fails open. Bounds runaway Bedrock spend without touching normal users. - Friendly errors: Bedrock 429/timeout/5xx normalized to Swedish (friendlyModelError) in run-turn + the invoke route; the chat client surfaces the server's friendly message instead of a raw HTTP status. - /chat/new validates ?intent= against the registry so bad deep-links fall back to general.help instead of rendering a broken-looking error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): keep /chat read-only — redirect categorization + swap the "categorize" suggestion for a VAT-report question general.help (the /chat assistant) is read-only, but it still gave per-transaction bokföringsförslag in prose and asked "godkänner du dessa?" — an analysis the user can't act on (no write tool, no per-tx underlag). Strengthen the prompt to redirect categorization/bokföring to the per-transaction flow (open the transaction -> "Fråga om denna transaktion", where the agent sees the underlag and stages a real ApprovalCard); a short overview is still allowed. Add a guard test locking in no-write-tools + the redirect language. Swap the /chat empty-state "Hjälp mig kategorisera" chip (which lured users into exactly this dead-end) for a VAT-report question the read-only assistant can actually answer. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(pending): declutter the review queue rows + header Fold the conversation deep-link onto the actor label (drop the separate "Konversation #xxxx" strip and its icon), hide the quick-pick when there's only one operation type (it duplicated "Markera alla"), and drop the "(0)" from the disabled bulk-approve button. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(vat): enhance VAT handling by integrating document validation and improving error messaging * feat(settings): add assistant knowledge surface + consolidate settings tabs Expose the agent's skill atoms (agent_atom_registry) in a read-only surface beside the existing memory view, and tighten the settings tab bar from 14 to 10 tabs. - New GET /api/agent/skills + AgentSkillsPanel: lists active, mcp_exposed atoms grouped by tier (Kärnkompetens / bransch / bolagssituation), flags which are active for the company from agent_profiles, and lazy-loads each SKILL.md body on expand. - New /settings/assistant tab with a Minne/Kompetens toggle (?view=skills); /settings/agent-memory and /settings/agent-skills redirect into it. - Merge Företagsprofil (TIC snapshot) into the Företag tab via CompanyProfileSection; /settings/company-profile redirects. - Merge Skatteverket-anslutningen into the Skatt tab — OAuth returnTo and the callback toast now target /settings/tax; /settings/skatteverket redirects. - Drop the Säkerhetsbackup tab (already under Importera/Exportera). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): keep booked underlag out of the unmatched queue + widen match window - categorize: after booking an inbox underlag onto a verifikat, backfill the inbox row's matched_transaction_id + created_journal_entry_id so it stops showing as unmatched (mirrors the /attach-document paperclip path). - TransactionMatchPicker: bias the candidate window forward (60d before → 180d after the invoice date) so late payments aren't dropped before scoring, and widen the ranking date tolerance to 120d so the true match floats to the top instead of collapsing to "Svag match". Fix "okatigoriserade" typo. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: bundle in-progress branch work + agent onboarding chat optimizations Captures the uncommitted work-in-progress on this branch so it lives on the remote. Heterogeneous changeset — bundled as one commit since the work was already entangled across files. Headline change in this commit (from this session): - Remove the double interview in agent onboarding. Phase B's verification- question form stepper is gone — the Phase C chat (onboarding.intake) now owns the entire interview and reads the composer's verification_questions server-side as its question bank. - ReviewCard collapses from 3 steps to 2 (meet → review-and-confirm) with value-first ordering: profile + "vad jag kan hjälpa dig med" + facts + optional seed note. CTA reads "Möt {namn}" to signal the chat follows. - ChatIntakeStarter handoff subcopy updated to match reality (assistant greets first; user can leave anytime). - Stamp agent_profiles.intake_completed_at server-side in app/api/agent/invoke/route.ts on the first user-typed reply in any onboarding.intake conversation (idempotent IS NULL guard, best-effort). Closes the previously dead-write column and unlocks the opportunistic- follow-up hook the migration anticipated. Plus in-progress branch work being carried forward (not introduced here): agent runtime + intent prompts, composer + atom-discovery scripts, MCP server skills surface, onboarding flow components, dashboard/inbox tweaks, two new agent_atom_registry migrations, additional agent-chat tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(agent): drop inline "Fråga assistenten" affordances — rely on the FAB The bottom-right "Fråga {namn}" FAB (AgentTrigger) is already route-aware and picks the right intent per page, so duplicating it as inline page- header buttons and empty-state links is noise. Removed: - EmptyState `agentHelp` link ("Eller fråga {namn} hur du kommer igång") + the AgentHelpLink component + agent_default_name/agent_ask_link i18n keys + the agentHelp props on EmptyInvoices/EmptyCustomers/EmptyTransactions. - AgentSparkleButton on /bookkeeping (verifikation.draft) and /kpi (kpi.explain) page headers. The FAB stays — when verified, it appears on those routes and routes to the right intent automatically. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): gate the last two ungated "Fråga assistenten" affordances Both surfaces previously called useAgentSheet directly without checking identity.isVerified, so they appeared pre-onboarding (everywhere else the FAB / sparkle buttons / /chat / Assistent nav are all gated on verified_at). - Settings page header: remove the "Fråga {namn}" pill entirely. The FAB covers /settings routes route-aware (settings.help) — no need for a duplicate inline trigger. - Invoice inbox transaction picker: hide the "Fråga assistenten" button when the agent isn't built. Done at the parent (InvoiceInboxWorkspace) by passing onAskAssistant only when identity.isVerified is true; the child renders the button only when the callback is present. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tic, onboarding, agent): single-call TIC lookup + director-aware narrative voice - TIC: collapse the company lookup from 6 endpoint calls to 1 (search-public already exposes sniCodes, bank accounts, emails, phones, and registration flags). Derive fiscal-year MM-DD from mostRecentFinancialSummary; newly-registered companies fall through to the client's first-year defaults. - Onboarding: BankID picker no longer auto-provisions companies. Every pick routes through the wizard with orgnr (and entity_type via the CompanyRoles match) prefilled; F-skatt/VAT/address get confirmed in steps 2-4 instead of being auto-fetched. createCompanyFromOnboarding reuses CompanyLookupResult and adds a defensive top-level catch so server-action errors surface to the UI instead of being redacted. - Agent composer: loadUserDirectorship() checks BankID CompanyRoles for a director-like position (ceo/boardMember/chairman/externalSignatory, active) before the narrative uses second-person ownership voice ("Du driver…"); unknown users get neutral third-person voice so we never put ownership words in the user's mouth. Tests cover loadUserDirectorship, narrative voice, tic-fetch path, onboarding page, and updated TIC client + lookup/profile suites. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): extend agent-onboarding TIC budget to 10s + backfill stranded org_numbers The 5s TIC fetch timeout aborted client-side before the upstream Lens fan-out (~13 calls) could complete, but the in-flight upstream calls still counted against quota — actions.ts already documents ~530 wasted calls from this in May. Same bug still applied to the agent-onboarding stream path. Adds an optional `timeoutMs` to `ensureTicSnapshot` so deliberate wait-screen callers (agent onboarding stream) can run with 10s while background/dev callers stay on the conservative 5s default. Page-level server fetch (page.tsx) intentionally stays at 5s to avoid blocking TTFB without a visible progress affordance. Backfill migration mirrors `company_settings.org_number` to `companies.org_number` for the 105 cases where it's safe (after dedup + conflict filtering). 56 of those are on active companies — unblocks duplicate guards, SIE/SRU exports, and TIC fallback chain. Zero TIC API calls — pure data move. Idempotent. Also sweeps a pre-existing SSRF guard on the stream route's origin derivation that was sitting unstaged in the working tree — it lives in the same diff hunks as the TIC budget change and couldn't be split cleanly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: bundle in-progress branch work Sweep up uncommitted agent/MCP/RLS work-in-progress so the branch is fully backed up to origin. Not reviewed in detail — committed as-is to preserve working state alongside the TIC fixes in the previous commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): tag the "Bygg din bokföringsassistent" CTA as Beta Adds a Beta badge next to the assistant-setup heading on the dashboard banner, dashboard inline card, and onboarding checklist row. Also drops the stale "Gratis i 30 dagar" subline from the dashboard card. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(build, migrations): PendingOperationType salary ops + resolve migration version collisions PR #584 went red on three things: 1. core-only build / Vercel: `lib/pending-operations/commit.ts:2666` switched on 'create_salary_run' and 'generate_agi' but `PendingOperationType` was missing both literals. Add them to the union. 2. Supabase preview: migration version 20260526120000 collided with main's newly-merged 20260526120000_fix_replace_sie_import_hard_delete.sql. Bump the branch's pair to 20260526120050 / 20260526120051 — still ahead of 20260526120100_restvardeavskrivning so ordering is preserved. 3. 20260527170000 was used twice on this branch (_agent_rls_with_check + _journal_entry_no_doc_required). Bump the second to 20260527170100 so the pair stays orderable and Supabase doesn't choke on the duplicate schema_migrations PK. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ci): reword comment so core-only guard stops flagging it The "Check no core imports from extensions" step greps for the literal \`from '@/extensions/\` across lib/, app/api/, components/. A comment in lib/agent/composer/tic-fetch.ts quoted the exact pattern verbatim to explain *why* the file does a self-fetch instead of importing the TIC extension directly — which the grep matched even though no actual import exists. Rewrite the line to keep the same meaning without the literal pattern. Bug/UI wrong display (#573)
* fix(dashboard): exclude credit notes from unpaid invoices widget Credit notes (status='sent', negative total) were summed into the "Att få betalt" widget, producing confusing negative totals like "2 st, -38 625 kr". Filter them out via credited_invoice_id IS NULL, matching the existing pattern in reminder-processor and the AR ledger. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): harden PDF preview and upload validation - JournalEntryAttachments: switch inline PDF preview from <iframe> to <object type="application/pdf">. Mirrors the AttachmentPreviewSheet fix from #572 — Chrome's frame pipeline intermittently surfaced "Det här innehållet har blockerats" on iframes even with permissive CSP. <object> invokes the PDF plugin directly. crbug.com/271452. - /api/documents/:id/inline: resolve Content-Type via file extension when mime_type is null or application/octet-stream. Legacy uploads landed with empty File.type from some drag sources; combined with the new X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff header on this route, Chrome refused to render valid PDFs. Extension fallback covers every legacy row without a DB backfill. - /api/documents POST: surface DB-trigger period-lock errors as a 400 DOC_UPLOAD_PERIOD_LOCKED with a Swedish reason. Previously every catch was bucketed into DOC_UPLOAD_STORAGE_FAILED (500 / "Filen kunde inte sparas") which hid the real cause from users attaching to verifikationer in closed/locked fiscal periods. - document-service: add validateDocumentMagicBytes() that inspects the first bytes for valid PDF/PNG/JPEG/WebP headers (PDF tolerates a leading UTF-8 BOM). Wired into uploadDocument() and createNewVersion() so every upload path is protected — UI, MCP, and future email/webhook ingestion. Defends against agents that send a base64-encoded text placeholder instead of real binary bytes via the gnubok_upload_document MCP tool, which produced tiny (15-561 byte) "PDFs" that failed to render in Chrome and in external viewers. Tests use a minimal valid PDF buffer (%PDF-1.4 … %%EOF). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(arsredovisning): emit ÅRL-required notes and FTE-weighted medelantal Five compliance gaps fixed in the K2 and K3 noter builders: - Anläggningstillgångar roll-forward per ÅRL 5:8 § — per-category IB anskaffningsvärde, tillkommande, avgående, UB and accumulated avskrivningar movement (was only emitting avskrivningstider). - Långfristiga skulder förfallande efter mer än fem år per ÅRL 5:13 §. - Ställda säkerheter and Eventualförpliktelser as separate notes per ÅRL 5:14-15 § (K2 previously combined them). - Koncernförhållanden per BFNAR 2016:10 kap. 19 / BFNAR 2012:1 kap. 8. Replaces medelantal anställda — the old query filtered employees by an is_active column that doesn't exist, so the note never emitted. Now uses an FTE-weighted day-based average per ÅRL 5:20 §. Six disclosure fields persist on arsredovisning_narratives as per-period overrides; the UI extends the existing förvaltningsberättelse editor with a "Lagstadgade upplysningar" subsection sharing the same Spara button — no new pages, no settings changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): respect vat_registered=false and hide personnummer for B2C - PDF address block no longer prints org_number for individual customers (GDPR data minimization; ML 17 kap 24§ requires name + address only). - Wire company_settings.vat_registered through the rule helpers, invoice creation API, preview-pdf API, and the new-invoice form so a non-VAT- registered seller cannot charge VAT (ML 1 kap. 1§). The PDF suppresses the empty "Moms 0%" row and shows a dedicated "Företaget är inte momsregistrerat" notice instead of the ML 3 kap. exempt notice. - Engine unchanged: 'exempt' treatment already routes to 3004/3100 and skips VAT lines. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): remove approval rules from sidebar and routes * fix(invoices): ensure vat_registered defaults to true for invoice previews and API --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/chrome pdf preview csp (#572)
* feat: add option to exclude year-end closing entries in SIE export and related reports * delete docs * fix: allow Chrome's PDF viewer in verifikat document preview The /api/documents/:id/inline route shipped with `object-src 'none'` in its CSP, which blocked Chrome's built-in PDF viewer (it renders inline PDFs via an internal <embed>). Users on Chrome saw "Det här innehållet har blockerats" when expanding a PDF attachment in the bookkeeping view; Firefox (PDF.js) and Edge (own viewer) were unaffected, and JPGs worked because <img> isn't subject to object-src. Drops the CSP for this route to the minimum needed for embeddability: `frame-ancestors 'self'`. X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff plus the fixed Content-Type from the handler already block MIME confusion; X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN + frame-ancestors still block clickjacking. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(auth): add webmail deep link to email confirmation screens Mirrors Stripe's signup UX: after asking the user to verify their email, detect their webmail provider from the domain and show a button that opens the inbox in a new tab. Gmail gets a from:<sender> search pre-populated; Outlook/Yahoo/iCloud/Proton open the inbox directly. Unknown / custom domains fall back to the existing copy. Sender address is configurable via NEXT_PUBLIC_BRANDING_AUTH_EMAIL_FROM (default noreply@gnubok.se) so white-label installs can match their Supabase Auth SMTP config. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): unblock first-time password set for BankID users with MFA Supabase rejects updateUser({password}) and mfa.unenroll with "AAL2 session is required" whenever a TOTP factor is enrolled. BankID magic-link logins produce AAL1, and middleware skips MFA enforcement for bankid_linked users, so they had no path to AAL2 — leaving them unable to set a backup password or disable MFA without going through the email-recovery escape hatch. - /api/account/password: branch on app_metadata.has_password. First-time set writes via service.auth.admin.updateUserById (no existing credential to protect, AAL2 guard does not apply). Change-password keeps the user-session updateUser so AAL2 still fires for credential rotation. - /mfa/verify: accept a safeReturnTo query param and route there after successful verify, so step-up flows can land back where they came from. - SecuritySettings: detect the AAL2 error from both change-password and mfa.unenroll and redirect through /mfa/verify?returnTo=/settings/account instead of toasting a dead-end error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add tests and rounding utility for öre precision in bokslut calculations - Implemented `roundOre` function for rounding SEK amounts to two decimal places, ensuring consistent monetary calculations. - Introduced `ORE_TOLERANCE` constant for comparing rounded amounts, facilitating invariant checks in financial entries. - Created comprehensive tests for `roundOre`, covering typical cases, edge cases, and idempotency. - Added year-end invariants tests to verify database-level guarantees for closing entries, ensuring they balance to the öre and reject discrepancies. - Developed end-to-end tests for the dispositions chain, validating the correctness of calculations across various scenarios. * fix: update PDF rendering to remove Swish QR code generation and set default to disable Swish visibility * fix: enhance security by rejecting data URIs in safeReturnTo function tests * fix: improve rounding logic in roundOre function and add customer_type migration * fix: add customer_type column to customers and enforce CHECK constraint --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(api): Phase 5 PR-2 — payroll lifecycle (calculate, approve, mark-paid, book, generate-agi) (#489)
* feat(api): Phase 5 PR-2 — payroll lifecycle verbs (calculate, approve, mark-paid, book, generate-agi)
5 new v1 endpoints + the two engine extractions (lib/salary/run-calculation.ts
and lib/salary/agi/generate-declaration.ts) that let the v1 routes call the
exact same code the dashboard's internal /calculate and /agi/xml use.
Internal routes refactored to thin wrappers over the helpers — byte-equivalent
behavior, no orchestration duplication.
Endpoints (5):
- POST /salary-runs/{id}/calculate
Runs the per-employee math via runSalaryCalculation (the same helper the
dashboard /calculate uses), then advances status draft → review in a
single agent-friendly verb (collapses internal /calculate + /review).
Surfaces F-skatt 'not_verified' employees as warnings alongside calc
warnings (tax-table fallback, läkarintyg day-8, FK day-15).
- POST /salary-runs/{id}/approve
Validates bank details + calculation_breakdown on every employee, returns
the COMPLETE list of issues on failure (not just the first). Optimistic-
lock on status='review'. Emits salary_run.approved.
- POST /salary-runs/{id}/mark-paid
Stamps paid_at + advances approved → paid. paid_at is server-side; the
API doesn't accept a body-supplied date to keep BFL audit clean.
- POST /salary-runs/{id}/book (highest-risk verb)
Engine-touching. checkPeriodLock pre-check on payment_date so PERIOD_LOCKED
returns structured fiscal_period_id instead of a generic engine error.
createSalaryRunEntries posts 2-4 verifikationer (salary + avgifter +
optional vacation + optional pension). Optimistic-lock status='paid' →
'booked'. Strict-mode: engine throws abort BEFORE the salary_runs status
flip — no partial-state recovery banners; agent retries cleanly.
Inline audit block surfaces the salary verifikation's voucher_number +
URL on success.
- POST /salary-runs/{id}/generate-agi
Sync (sub-second). The plan's "(async)" annotation was based on an
incorrect assumption — using the operations substrate here would be
over-engineering; documented as a deliberate deviation. Generates the
Skatteverket AGI XML via generateAgiDeclaration, returns the XML
embedded as a string field in the v1 JSON envelope (so request_id +
audit headers are preserved). Status gate matches the dashboard:
review|approved|paid|booked|corrected. AGI_INCOMPLETE_DATA returns
400 with missing_fields when company contact info is missing.
Engine extractions (both follow the same discriminated-union pattern):
runSalaryCalculation(args) → { ok: true; run; warnings } | { ok: false; code; details?; status? }
generateAgiDeclaration(args) → { ok: true; xml; agiDeclarationId; ... } | { ok: false; code; details?; status? }
The internal dashboard routes refactor to thin wrappers (29 lines and 60
lines respectively, vs the original 557 and 320). The extracted helpers
take plain args (supabase, companyId, userId, log, requestId) so they're
testable independently of either route layer.
PR-1 carry-overs landed in this PR:
- vaxa_stöd date validation in CreateEmployeeSchema (require start when
eligible; reject end < start). The birth-year age gate stays at the
calculation layer because it depends on the run's payment_year.
- SALARY_RUN_DELETE_HAS_JOURNAL_ENTRY distinct error code for the FK-null
guard on salary-runs DELETE (PR-1 review feedback: an operator seeing
this in logs should immediately know a verifikation may be attached,
not just that the status raced).
- 3 new structured-error codes: AGI_INCOMPLETE_DATA, COMPANY_NOT_FOUND,
SALARY_RUN_DELETE_HAS_JOURNAL_ENTRY.
State machine wired end-to-end:
create → draft → calculate → review → approve → approved → mark-paid →
paid → book → booked → generate-agi (XML available from review onward)
Each verb's optimistic-lock UPDATE filters on the predecessor status so a
concurrent caller (or replay racing the first) yields a clean 409 rather
than a silent overwrite. The :book verb has a known partial-state edge
case if the engine commits but the salary_runs row UPDATE fails: the
verifikationer exist with voucher numbers but the salary_runs row isn't
linked — logged loudly so an operator runs a manual reconciliation. This
matches the dashboard's existing behavior.
Tests:
- 16 new lifecycle integration tests (auth, state-machine enforcement,
strict-mode, period-lock, audit block, AGI gate, dry-run)
- Existing PR-1 tests updated for the SALARY_RUN_DELETE_HAS_JOURNAL_ENTRY
swap (1 test edit)
- 34 total salary-run tests pass (was 17 in PR-1)
- 250 total v1 tests pass; 490 across v1 + salary
- All type-checks clean
Deferred to Phase 5 PR-3 (next, last Phase 5 PR — combining import + reports):
- :correct verb (storno + new draft run for booked salary corrections)
- SIE + bank async imports
- All lib/reports/* exposed as GET /reports/<name>

* refactor(api): address PR-489 review round 1 — defense-in-depth filters + maybeSingle + vaxa_stöd UPDATE + V1.2.5 sanitisation
Triage of bot reviews on PR-489 first round (Compliance Swarm 11 findings,
Swedish-compliance 7, Greptile 3 inline P1/P2 + summary):
FIXED (real bugs):
- **Greptile P1 — salary_runs totals UPDATE missing company_id filter**
(lib/salary/run-calculation.ts:586). The final UPDATE on salary_runs
ran with only `.eq('id', id)` even though the surrounding code knows
the company_id. RLS would have blocked a cross-tenant write, but
CLAUDE.md mandates every write carry the company_id filter
explicitly as defense-in-depth. Added .eq('company_id', companyId).
- **Greptile P2 — roster query missing company_id filter**
(lib/salary/run-calculation.ts:116). Same pattern on the
salary_run_employees SELECT. Added .eq('company_id', companyId).
- **Compliance Swarm V8.2.1 — approve route's roster query missing
company_id filter** (app/api/v1/.../salary-runs/[id]/approve/route.ts).
Same defense-in-depth rule. Added the explicit filter.
- **Greptile P2 — agi/generate-declaration.ts existing-AGI check
uses .single()**. Single() throws PGRST116 row-not-found on the
first-time generation path (which is by far the most common).
maybeSingle() returns null cleanly. Swapped.
- **Greptile summary + Swedish bot — UpdateEmployeeSchema missing
vaxa_stöd date validation**. CreateEmployeeSchema got the
vaxa_stod_start required + end>=start check in PR-1; the UPDATE
schema was missed. Added a schema-level check that fires when the
body explicitly sets both vaxa_stod_eligible=true AND
vaxa_stod_start=null/empty (a clear orphaning intent) OR carries
both start + end with end < start. The harder merged-state case
(PATCH sets eligible=true with no start in body, relying on the
existing column to have a value) is checked at the route layer in
employees/[id]/route.ts — it can see the merged state, the schema
cannot.
- **OWASP V1.2.5 Content-Disposition injection on AGI download**
(app/api/salary/runs/[id]/agi/xml/route.ts). The orgNumber and
period values are interpolated into the Content-Disposition header.
Both come from server-side data (company_settings + run columns)
rather than user input, but defense-in-depth dictates sanitisation
before splicing into a header. Strip everything but [0-9A-Za-z-]
from orgNumber and digits-only for the period. Same sanitisation
applied to the v1 :generate-agi `xml_filename` response field so
agents that re-emit Content-Disposition downstream are safe by
default.
DOCUMENTED (architectural floor / pre-existing dashboard behavior):
- **Concurrent :book engine-call race** (Greptile summary). The
engine commits 2-4 verifikationer BEFORE the optimistic-lock
status flip — two concurrent callers could both commit JEs and
only the first's status flip succeeds. The internal dashboard
/book has the same race; the v1 plan explicitly documents the
strict-mode reconciliation path (log loudly, operator runs manual
reconciliation). A real fix needs either a transient 'booking'
status (CHECK constraint change + new migration) or a database
advisory lock — both substantially larger than this PR. Tracked
for a future hardening pass.
- **vaxa_stod → 'standard' AGI category mapping** (Swedish bot).
The internal route had this same mapping; the extraction
inherited it. vaxa_stod should likely map to the youth/reduced
bracket. Engine-layer fix — out of v1 PR-2 scope, dashboard
parity preserved.
- **AGI correction path overwrites corrects_agi_id null** (Swedish
bot). Same as internal route — UPSERT with is_correction=true
rather than insert-new. Per BFL 5 kap 5§ the original
räkenskapsinformation should be preserved. Engine-layer concern.
- **AGI status gate allows review** (Swedish bot). Dashboard
behavior; tightening to approved+ is a design call the v1 plan
defers.
- **sjuklonRate fallback 0.80** (Swedish bot). Pre-existing engine
default. Doesn't ship in this PR.
- **Compliance Swarm V8.2.1 path-based tenant check** (book route).
Recurring false positive per the documented architectural floor.
The withApiV1 wrapper resolves companyId from the URL AND verifies
company_members membership before any handler sees the context.
- **V16.1 eventBus emit swallowed**. Documented as best-effort in
the plan; webhook delivery hardening lives in Phase 6.
- **V2.4 rate limiting at route level**. Documented as Upstash
Redis follow-up in the plan.
- **Detail endpoint full personnummer / bank_account_number**.
Documented design decision (deliberate drill-in pattern, matches
dashboard). CC6.3 segregation-of-duties is an architectural
decision deferred.
Test count: 38 (unchanged — fixes are all internal). 250 v1 tests pass.
490 across v1 + lib/salary. Type-check clean.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* refactor(ui): switch extension workspace shells to PageHeader + trim TicWorkspace status row
Two unrelated UI cleanups carried in alongside the Phase 5 PR-2 work
because they were sitting in the working tree from a parallel session
and the user asked to include them in this PR rather than ship a
separate UI PR.
- **ExtensionWorkspaceShell**: drop the bespoke icon + h1 + description
block in favor of the project's standard PageHeader primitive +
MainContainer-style padding. Removes the 12×12 rounded-xl icon chip
(the editorial-monochrome design refresh in PR #473 dropped these
from every other surface). Net: 19 → 6 lines of layout code per
extension page.
- **TicWorkspace**: drop the top status-row (Aktiv badge + F-skatt /
Moms / Arbetsgivare registration badges + "Uppdaterad N min sedan"
timestamp). The registration values fold into the company-info
card's CardDescription as a contextual aside; the avregistrerat
state inlines as a destructive-tone suffix next to the orgNumber.
Simpler header surface, fewer redundant badges.
No functional change beyond layout; the underlying data fetch + status
state machine are untouched.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* refactor(api): address PR-489 review round 2 — AGI INSERT race fallback to UPDATE branch
Compliance Swarm went 11 → 13 between rounds (the documented bot
oscillation pattern: once the actionable items are fixed, the bot
surfaces new architectural-floor concerns). Of the 13 round-2 findings,
12 are recurring noise / documented architectural decisions / false
positives; 1 is real and shipped here.
FIXED:
- **Swedish bot — agi_declarations INSERT 23505 race**
(lib/salary/agi/generate-declaration.ts). The existing-AGI lookup
uses .maybeSingle() (PR-489 round-1 fix), but a TOCTOU window
remains: two concurrent :generate-agi calls for the same
(company, period) can both find no existing row, both try INSERT,
and the second hits the unique constraint. Previously surfaced as
a generic DATABASE_ERROR. Now: catch error.code === '23505',
re-fetch the now-existing row via .maybeSingle(), and fall back
to the UPDATE branch with is_correction=true. The caller of the
second call gets the success path; the agi_declarations row
reflects the second caller's XML. opLog.warn surfaces the race
for observability.
Limitation noted in code: the `isCorrection` flag returned to the
caller is captured before the INSERT branch (based on the pre-
INSERT lookup), so the race-recovery path reports isCorrection=
false in the response even though the row is marked is_correction
=true in the DB. Edge case limited to the race window; next call
for the same period sees the row and reports correctly.
DOCUMENTED (architectural floor / pre-existing dashboard parity /
false positives — same triage method as PR-1's round-3 commit):
- **V8.2.1 agi/xml legacy companyId** — false positive. The thin
wrapper passes companyId from requireCompanyId(), and the helper
itself carries `.eq('company_id', companyId)` on every query —
cross-tenant access is impossible.
- **V8.2.1 `ctx.companyId!` non-null assertion** — defense-in-depth
paranoia. The withApiV1 wrapper already verifies
company_members membership before any handler sees ctx; the type
system proves companyId is set when the route runs. Adding `if
(!ctx.companyId) return UNAUTHORIZED` is dead code.
- **V2.3 calculate race** — false positive. The route DOES
optimistic-lock on `.eq('status', 'draft')` when flipping
draft→review (see calculate/route.ts line ~206), and treats
count=0 as 409 SALARY_RUN_CALCULATE_NOT_DRAFT. The worst
case (two helpers run concurrently before either flips status)
produces correct final state because the calculation is
replacement-not-additive: line items are DELETEd before
re-INSERTing, totals are recomputed from scratch.
- **V4.5 PATCH merges raw body** — false positive. The for-loop
iterates `Object.entries(body)` where `body` IS the Zod-parsed
output (`parsed.data`), not rawBody.
- **V16 approve event-emit swallow** — best-effort by design,
documented in the plan (webhook delivery hardening lives in
Phase 6).
- **Art.5(1)(c) approve fetches email for null-check** — minimal
surface; the same query loads other employee fields anyway. The
alternative (.is.null filter) would mean an additional round-
trip. Out of scope.
- **Art.5(1)(f) generate-agi XML in JSON envelope** — deliberate
design documented in commit body; agents extract data.xml and
forward. Restricting to a separate download endpoint would
double the API surface for marginal benefit.
- **Art.25 orgNumber in JSON envelope** — orgNumber is publicly
available data (Bolagsverket public record). Exposing it in the
response lets agents construct xml_filename without parsing the
XML.
- **A.8.11 personnummer in AGI XML** — required by Skatteverket's
AGI schema (specifikationsnummer + personnummer per employee in
the IU section). Not removable.
- **A.5.34 PATCH error response includes `existing`** — false
positive. The PATCH validation-error path returns
`{field, message}` via v1ErrorResponseFromCode, never serializes
the loaded `existing` record.
- **A.8.15 / A.8.33 / Art.5(1)(c) test fixtures** — recurring
noise. SAMPLE_PERSONNUMMER is already 190001010000 (year 1900);
test emails are clearly synthetic (anna@test). The bot
oscillates between "use synthetic" and "use placeholder" — we're
already using synthetic.
- **Swedish bot — vaxa_stod birth-year gate / vaxa_stod →
standard AGI category / sjuklonRate snapshot stale / AGI status
gate review / BFL 5 kap engine-commit-before-status-flip** —
all engine-layer concerns or dashboard parity issues from PR-2's
original triage. Documented in the original commit body; no
change in this round.
Tests: 38 lifecycle (unchanged). 250 v1 / 490 v1+salary. Type-check
clean.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* refactor(api): address PR-489 review round 3 — totals consistency, userId removal, V3.2 citation
Compliance Swarm went 13 → 14 between rounds — still oscillating UP rather
than down (bot reactive to changes, surfaces new architectural-floor
concerns as old ones resolve). Of the 14 round-3 findings, 11 are
recurring noise / false positives / documented architectural decisions;
3 small fixes shipped here.
FIXED:
- **Swedish bot — total_avgifter denormalisation drift**
(lib/salary/agi/generate-declaration.ts). The 3 `agi_declarations`
writes (correction-UPDATE, fresh INSERT, race-recovery UPDATE) all
wrote `run.total_avgifter` (the run-level denormalised total
computed during :calculate as sum-then-round). The XML, however,
uses `totals.totalAvgifterAmount` (per-category sum from the
avgifterByCategory loop — round-then-sum). These should agree but
can drift by öre under different rounding orders. Now all three
writes use `totals.totalAvgifterAmount` so the persisted
agi_declarations row aligns with what Skatteverket sees in the XML.
- **Art.5(1)(c) — userId removed from runSalaryCalculation signature**
(lib/salary/run-calculation.ts). The helper accepted `userId` but
was already aliasing it as `_userId` to mark it unused. Per the
privacy minimisation principle (only pass identifiers to functions
that actually use them), userId is gone from the helper's parameter
surface. The two callers (internal /calculate, v1 :calculate) drop
the argument.
- **OWASP citation correction — V1.2.5 → V3.2/V4**
(app/api/salary/runs/[id]/agi/xml/route.ts +
app/api/v1/.../salary-runs/[id]/generate-agi/route.ts). V1.2.5
is SQL/command injection; the actual control for HTTP response
header sanitisation is V3.2 (output encoding) / V4 (general access
control). Comment-only fix; sanitisation code itself was already
correct.
DOCUMENTED (architectural floor / false positives — same triage method):
- **V4.5 PATCH .strict()** — false positive. Zod's default for
z.object() STRIPS unknown keys (it doesn't pass them through);
my rawKeys filter further restricts to body-supplied keys. The
`updates` object that reaches Supabase can only contain
schema-known, body-supplied fields. No additional .strict()
needed.
- **Art.5(1)(f) book first_name/last_name in JEs** — false positive.
My :book route's roster query selects `employee:employees(employment_type)`
only — no name fields are loaded or written.
- **V8.2.1 path-based tenant check** — recurring (3rd repeat). The
wrapper resolves companyId from the URL AND verifies
company_members membership before any handler runs.
- **V2.3 warnings as blockers** — design decision. Tax-table fallback
and läkarintyg warnings are advisory; blocking would diverge from
the dashboard.
- **Art.5(1)(c) approve fetches employee email for null-check** —
minimal surface; same query loads other employee fields.
- **Art.5(1)(b) XML in JSON envelope** — deliberate design (3rd
repeat). Documented in commit.
- **Art.25(2) userEmail fallback** — false positive. The helper
already prefers `settings?.email` over user.email; the
fallback chain is documented.
- **Art.32 test fixture Bearer token** — paranoia. Literally
'test-fixture-not-a-real-key'.
- **A.8.15 event swallow** — best-effort by design (4th repeat).
Phase 6 webhook hardening covers this properly.
- **Swedish bot — vaxa-stöd age gate / AGI status gate / sjuklönekostnad
21-day divisor / sjuklonRate 0.8 fallback** — all engine-layer
concerns or dashboard parity issues. Tracked for engine PR queue;
not appropriate to fix in a v1 surface PR (would diverge from
dashboard behavior).
Tests: 38 lifecycle (unchanged). 250 v1 / 490 v1+salary. Type-check
clean.
Compliance Swarm trajectory: 11 → 13 → 14. The count is oscillating
slightly upward as the bot finds new minor concerns each round; the
remaining items are the documented architectural floor (recurring
across all three rounds). Per the plan's merge-ready signal —
"when the count stops dropping between rounds, that's the merge-ready
signal" — and given two consecutive rounds have surfaced essentially
the same architectural floor with minor reshuffling, this is the
plateau.

Bug/momsdeklaration skv (#449)
* fix(salary): show birthdate in masked personnummer, hide the 4-digit suffix Flip the personnummer display format from XXXXXXXX-NNNN to YYYYMMDD-XXXX so the sensitive 4-digit suffix is hidden while the (public) birthdate stays visible. Affects the employees list/detail, salary run, payslip PDF, payslip email, and the MCP server tools (list_employees, get_salary_run). Each call site now decrypts the stored personnummer before masking. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): allow deleting unbooked transactions from "Alla transaktioner" The history list only let users delete via the inbox card; once a category or mall was picked but the verifikation hadn't been created, the row showed "Ej bokförd" with no way to remove it. The API already permits delete while journal_entry_id is null, so the gap was purely a missing UI affordance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(vat): populate ruta 20-24 for reverse charge + dishonest "Validera OK" Three connected issues caused Skatteverket to reject momsdeklarationer with FK004 even after our local "Validera"-knapp returned OK. 1. supplier-invoice-entries booked fiktiv moms (2614/2624/2634 + 2645/2647) on reverse-charge invoices but never the underlying basbelopp on 44xx/45xx. Ruta 30-32 filled up at SKV while ruta 20-24 stayed at 0 — SKV's FK004 ("silent netting prohibited", ML 13 kap kräver båda sidor). Fix: generateReverseChargeBasisLines in vat-entries.ts emits parallel 45xx/44xx debit + 4598 motkonto credit per rate group. Engine calls it from registration, cash, and credit-note paths. Skipped when the user booked the expense directly on a basis account to avoid double-counting. 4598 added to BAS reference (no migration needed; account_number is plain text on journal_entry_lines). 2. rutorToMomsuppgift rounded each ruta independently but computed summaMoms from the unrounded ruta49. SKV recomputes the sum from integer rutor on their side, so fractional öres caused ±1 SEK drift and SKV rejected with FK009. Fix: derive summaMoms from the already-rounded VAT-amount rutor. 3. "Validera"-knappen only confirmed SKV's internal arithmetic — a declaration with ruta 30-32 populated and ruta 20-24 empty validated fine until /utkast hit FK004. Users got a false green light. Fix: vat-declaration-checks.ts runs locally before the SKV call, blocks Validera/Spara when ERROR-level findings exist, and surfaces them in a separate "Lokala kontroller"-section. Success message reworded so SKV's OK is no longer presented as filing-ready. Tests: 4535/4536/4531/4425 lines + 4598 motkonto on EU/non-EU/byggtjänster RC, credit-note reversal, fractional-öres summaMoms, all four pre-flight codes (RC_BASIS_MISSING, RC_OUTPUT_MISSING, RC_INPUT_VAT_MISMATCH, SUMMA_MOMS_DRIFT). Backfill for already-posted entries follows in the next commit. feat(salary, skatteverket): per-day absence + AGI Frånvarouppgift + skattekonto + hardening (#388)
* feat(salary): per-day absence tracking with calendar UX Replace aggregated-day absence counts with per-day records so payroll calculations can correctly enforce Swedish legal rules that depend on actual dates: karensavdrag once per sjuklöneperiod, återinsjuknande within 5 calendar days, allmänt högriskskydd cap of 10 karensavdrag per rolling 12 months, day-8 läkarintyg flag, day-15 transition to Försäkringskassan. Adds: - salary_absence_days table (RLS, dedup unique on employee+date+type) - /api/salary/employees/[id]/absence CRUD route - deriveAbsenceLineItems helper that walks per-day records into sjuklöneperioder and emits correctly-classified line items, with the existing absence-calculator formulas reused for VAB / parental - Per-employee pay-spec detail page with month-grid AbsenceCalendar - Calculate route now derives line items from the calendar before running the salary engine, replacing the prior sumQuantity model - Salary run GET surfaces the formatted Skatteverket arbetsgivare ID so downstream UI can build extension URLs without a second round-trip - GET /salary/runs/[id]/employees/[employeeId] for the detail page Tests: 15 new unit tests covering segment merge, återinsjuknande within 5 days, högriskskydd cap, FK transition flag, läkarintyg flag, VAB/parental semesterlönegrundande ceilings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): harden API client + add NEXT_PUBLIC_SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED feature flag Three hardening fixes from the prior audit, plus a runtime extension toggle for phased rollout. api-client.ts: - Map 429 to a new SkatteverketAuthError code RATE_LIMITED with a Swedish user message. The 4 req/sec local rate limiter normally prevents this, but the per-consumer gateway quota can still hit. - Extend the error union with TOKEN_CORRUPTED for the token-store fix below. token-store.ts: - Surface decryption failures instead of silently returning null. A rotated key or tampered ciphertext used to look like "not connected"; callers now get TOKEN_CORRUPTED with a clear "anslut igen med BankID" message and a structured log line for ops. Extension dispatcher (app/api/extensions/ext/[...path]/route.ts): - Per-extension feature flag table. When NEXT_PUBLIC_SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED is not exactly "true", the dispatcher returns 503 with code EXTENSION_DISABLED, letting ops disable a single integration mid- rollout without redeploying or removing it from extensions.config.json. UI panels (SkatteverketPanel, AGIPanel) detect the 503 and render an empty state. Tests: 7 api-client cases (401/403/403-Behörighet/429/5xx/200/auth-error codes) + 2 token-store cases (no-row → null, corrupted → TOKEN_CORRUPTED). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): emit AGI Frånvarouppgift per SKV 4785, add AGIPanel for one-click submission AGI XML upgrade: - Emit <gem:Franvarouppgift> top-level blocks for VAB and parental leave events sourced from salary_absence_days, per SKV 4785 + technical doc. Element order matches the spec example file. TILLFALLIG_FORALDRAPENNING for VAB / FORALDRAPENNING for parental, with FranvaroTimmarTFP (FK825) or FranvaroTimmarFP (FK827) for hours. Stable 1-based specifikationsnummer per (employee, period), date-sorted. Skipped entirely for periods before 202501. - Sick days are NOT emitted (they go to Försäkringskassan). - FK499 TotalSjuklonekostnad now derived from sick_day2_14.quantity × dailyRate × 0.80 instead of Math.abs(amount). The line-item amount is the net deduction (lostPay − sjuklon), not the cost, so the prior formula understated by a factor of four. AGI submission UI: - New AGIPanel mirroring SkatteverketPanel's validate → draft → lock → BankID-sign → poll-submitted flow. Detects 503 EXTENSION_DISABLED and renders a clear empty state. Replaces the bare "Skicka till Skatteverket" button on /salary/runs/[id], keeping the AGI XML download as a sibling for archival / manual upload fallback. - Salary run rows now link to the per-employee detail page added in the previous commit. Tests: 14 new agi-xml cases covering element order, type↔hour-field mapping, specifikationsnummer ordering, fractional-hour formatting, range clamping (0.01-24.00), period guard at 202501 boundary, placement after Blankett blocks, multi-employee date ordering, required-fields invariant, omission when no events. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): skattekonto integration — read-only saldo + transactions, daily sync, per-row bokför Adds read-only Skattekonto v2.1 access via the existing BankID OAuth flow (extends the OAuth scope with `skattekonto`). Daily background sync pulls saldo + transactions, dedupes on (company_id, dedup_key), and surfaces the data in a /skattekonto dashboard plus a settings panel for connection management. Backend: - skattekonto-client.ts: GET /skattekonton/{omfragad}/saldo and /transaktioner. Felkod 1–5 mapped to Swedish messages via dedicated SkatteverketSkattekontoError. - skattekonto-sync.ts: parallel saldo + transaktioner fetch, UPSERT on (company_id, dedup_key) so kommande rows graduate to tidigare in place. Dedup key uses transaktionsidentitet when available, else sha256 of (date|amount|text). Caches saldo snapshot in extension_data. Emits skattekonto.synced / balance.changed (sign flip) / transaction.upcoming (first appearance) / connection.expired. - skattekonto-booking.ts: keyword→counter-account rules with AB/EF differentiation (2510 vs 2012 for preliminärskatt; 2731/2710/2650 for arbetsgivaravgifter/avdragen skatt/moms; 8423/8313 for kostnads-/intäktsränta). Creates a draft journal entry against BAS 1630, leaves it for the user to review and commit. Throws NO_COUNTER_ACCOUNT instead of guessing when no rule matches. - Daily cron at 0 4 * * * (Swedish 06:00). Double-gated by CRON_SECRET and NEXT_PUBLIC_SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED. Per-company cooldown of 1 hour, time budget 50s, distinct `expired` status for token-exhaustion separate from generic errors. Database: - skattekonto_transactions: company-scoped with RLS, unique (company_id, dedup_key), indexed on (company_id, date DESC) and (company_id, status). journal_entry_id FK with ON DELETE SET NULL so a row can be re-bokförd after entry deletion. Frontend: - /skattekonto/page.tsx: dashboard with saldo card, transactions list (booked + upcoming), per-row "Bokför" action. - /settings/skatteverket: connection panel showing scope/expiry. - Extension toggle in SettingsSidebar (gated by ENABLED_EXTENSION_IDS). Tests: 9 booking-rule cases (counter-account guessing, AB/EF divergence, no-match throw) + 7 mapper cases (dedup key stability, sign convention, kommande→tidigare graduation). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address PR review findings Build: - Fix Next.js build failure: Zod refuses .partial() on a refined schema. Replace AbsenceRangeQuerySchema.partial().extend(...) in the absence DELETE handler with a fresh z.object that defines its own optional fields. Greptile findings (PR #388): - skattekonto_transactions UPDATE policy was missing WITH CHECK; without it a user could mutate company_id to one they don't belong to. Edit the original migration for fresh applies + add a follow-up migration that drops/recreates the policy with both clauses (already applied to prod via Supabase MCP). - FK499 TotalSjuklonekostnad now reads sjuklonRate from run.calculation_params (snapshot taken at calc time) instead of a hardcoded 0.80, so an operator override (e.g. CBA-specific rate) is honored. Falls back to 0.80 for older runs without the snapshot. - Rename NEXT_PUBLIC_SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED → SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED so the flag is server-side only. NEXT_PUBLIC_* vars are inlined into the client bundle at build time, which would create split-brain (server 503 vs client still rendering enabled flow) on a flag flip without redeploy. UI panels detect 503 by response code, not by reading the env directly, so no client-visible change is needed. - Add pg-real RLS smoke tests for both new tables (salary_absence_days and skattekonto_transactions): tenant SELECT isolation, UPDATE WITH CHECK enforcement, unique-constraint enforcement, cross-tenant dedup key allowed. Swedish compliance review: - Document the högriskskydd cap interpretation in derive-absence-line-items.ts. We count *sjuklöneperioder* in the rolling 12-month window, matching the law's plain reading ("från och med den 11:e sjukperioden ... görs inget karensavdrag"). An alternative reading counts only periods that actually had karens deducted; that requires persisting per-period karens-deduction state, which gnubok doesn't yet do. The period-count reading can over- suppress, never under-suppress, so it's the safer default. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(test): inline skattekonto fixtures so core-only CI runs without dev_docs dev_docs/ is gitignored, so the skattekonto-mappers test failed in CI when it tried to readFileSync from dev_docs/skattekonto(2.1.0)/examples/. Inline the saldoResponse + transaktionerResponse fixtures verbatim from the spec; the test still verifies our mappers + dedup-key logic against the same shape. Add/white label (#381)
* feat(branding): add BrandingService with default-preserving env layer Introduce lib/branding/service.ts mirroring lib/email/service.ts. Defaults match current gnubok values exactly, so production behaviour is unchanged unless an env var (NEXT_PUBLIC_BRANDING_*, BRANDING_*) or extension override (via registerBrandingService) is set. Resolution order: defaults < env vars < extension override. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(branding): route root layout, manifest, and PWA assets through branding service - app/layout.tsx now reads title, description, themeColor, and apple-touch-icon from getBranding() instead of hardcoded values. - public/manifest.json replaced by dynamic app/manifest.ts so PWA name, short_name, description, theme_color, background_color, and icon paths are resolved at request time. The manifest now serves at /manifest.webmanifest (Next.js convention for the metadata file route). The previous /manifest.json URL is no longer populated; nothing in core references it after this commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(branding): route email service and templates through branding service - resend-service.ts: From line uses getBranding().appName instead of hardcoded "Gnubok" in both the with-fromName and bare cases. - invite-templates.ts: subject, HTML header, body, plain text, and the team-invite variants all read from branding (sentence case in prose, uppercased for the styled <p> header). - consent-notification-templates.ts: signature fallback (companyName || branding) for both HTML and plain text variants. Defaults preserve the exact current strings ("Gnubok", "GNUBOK", "gnubok" in their respective contexts) so no email content changes for production. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(branding): route OAuth consent page through branding service The MCP OAuth consent page rendered for Claude Desktop / Claude.ai connector flows now reads the app name from getBranding() for both the HTML <title> and the body copy. Default still produces "gnubok" in lowercase prose, matching current behaviour. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(branding): route auth, dashboard, and onboarding text through branding service Replace user-visible "gnubok" / "Gnubok" references with calls to getBranding(). Touches: - Auth pages (login, register, mfa/enroll): logo src/alt, MFA TOTP friendlyName. - Onboarding (companies/new, invite, sandbox, WelcomeOnboarding, Step2CompanyDetails, NewUserChecklist, BankIdCompanyPicker, ArcimMigrationWorkspace): logo, headings, error/help text. - Dashboard fallback (companyName="gnubok") and settings (backup copy, ApiKeysPanel MCP connector name + login note, CompanyDangerZone, retention-notice). - API routes (support contact subject prefix, enable-banking consent email companyName fallback, AI inbox receipt-request appUrl, pain001 messageId prefix). - MCP server "open the gnubok web app" review message. - Salary/reports filings (AGI Programnamn, KU10 Programnamn, payslip footer, full-archive system metadata, SRU #PROGRAM line). Internal identifiers (cookie names gnubok-company-id / gnubok-invite-token, API key prefix gnubok_sk_, invite token prefix gnubok_inv_, MCP tool names, npm package gnubok-mcp, GNUBOK_API_KEY env name) are deliberately left unchanged — they're stable contracts that whitelabels must not break. Defaults match current behaviour exactly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(branding): support legal page field-level swaps for entity and contact Privacy and DPA pages now interpolate appName, legalEntity, and privacyEmail from the branding service instead of hardcoding "Gnubok", "Arcim", and "privacy@gnubok.se". Page metadata uses generateMetadata() so titles also reflect the brand. lib/support.ts now falls back to getBranding().supportEmail when SUPPORT_RECIPIENT_EMAIL is unset, so a single BRANDING_SUPPORT_EMAIL env var configures both the support form recipient and the displayed support address. Whitelabels with a different legal jurisdiction or entirely different DPA text should override the page route from an extension. Phase 1 intentionally only supports field-level swaps. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(branding): add WHITELABEL.md and example branding extension WHITELABEL.md: fork checklist, env var reference, the "do not change" list (cookies, API key prefixes, invite token prefixes, MCP tool names, gnubok-mcp npm package, GNUBOK_API_KEY env name), out-of-scope items, the upstream sync workflow YAML to copy into a fork, conflict avoidance guidance, and a verification checklist. extensions/general/_example-branding/: copy-paste starter extension with index.ts (commented placeholder values for registerBrandingService), manifest.json, and README.md. Disabled by default (not added to extensions.config.json); whitelabels cp the folder, edit, and enable. sectors.test.ts: bumped expected extension count 12 -> 13 to account for the new starter extension on disk. The generated registry is unchanged because the example is disabled. The sync workflow YAML is documented inline in WHITELABEL.md rather than checked in as a workflow file. It's only meaningful in a fork -- gnubok itself has nothing to sync from. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(branding): address PR review — lazy support email + escape brand in HTML/XML Three issues from code review: P1 — lib/support.ts: SUPPORT_RECIPIENT_EMAIL was a module-level const, evaluated at import time before extensions register branding overrides via ensureInitialized(). Convert to getSupportRecipientEmail() lazy accessor; update the only caller in app/api/support/contact/route.ts. Extension-supplied supportEmail values now route correctly. P2 — app/api/mcp-oauth/authorize/route.ts: appName was interpolated into the consent page HTML without escapeHtml(), inconsistent with the existing escaping of companyName. Wrap appName.toLowerCase() in escapeHtml() at use sites in <title> and the body paragraph. P2 — lib/salary/agi/xml-generator.ts and lib/salary/ku/ku10-generator.ts: appName placed inside <gem:Programnamn> / <Programnamn> XML elements without escapeXml(), the helper already used for other admin-controlled fields in the same files. Wrap accordingly to prevent malformed XML if a brand name contains XML reserved characters. All admin-controlled inputs only — no user-exploitable path. Defense in depth, not a known incident. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(branding): security follow-up — lazy metadata, SRU/email header sanitization Self-audit after the PR review surfaced four more concerns. Fixes them with the same defense-in-depth posture as the prior review fixes. 1. app/layout.tsx — same eager-evaluation class as P1 support.ts. The module-level `const branding = getBranding()` froze branding before extensions registered, so extension-based overrides for title, description, themeColor, and apple-touch-icon silently never applied. - Convert to generateMetadata() / generateViewport() (lazy, run per request, see extension-registered overrides). - Inline getBranding() inside RootLayout for the apple-touch-icon href so it picks up overrides too. - Add ensureInitialized() at module level so extensions are loaded before the first metadata call. Mirrors the API route pattern. 2. app/manifest.ts — same class. The dynamic manifest function reads getBranding() per request, but if the manifest is requested before any other module has triggered ensureInitialized(), extensions are still unloaded. Add ensureInitialized() at module level. 3. lib/reports/ink2/sru-generator.ts — appName interpolated into the SRU `#PROGRAM` directive without sanitization. SRU's reserved char is `#` (directive marker) and CRLF injects new directives. Wrap in the existing sanitizeString() helper to match the pattern used for other admin-controlled fields in this file (#NAMN, #ADRESS, etc.). 4. extensions/general/email/lib/resend-service.ts — appName and the user-controlled fromName both flow into the From header. Resend's API does its own validation, but defense in depth: strip CRLF and angle brackets via a small sanitizeHeaderPart() helper before building the header string. fromName was a pre-existing surface; appName is new with this whitelabel work. All four are admin-controlled inputs (env vars or extension code), not user-exploitable. No known incidents — defense in depth, and correctness for extension-based whitelabels. Feat/skv integration full (#284)
* feat: add script to import Skatteverket monthly tax tables as fallback TypeScript module
- Implemented a new script `import-tax-tables.ts` to parse fixed-width TXT tax tables from Skatteverket (SKV 434).
- The script generates a TypeScript module for emergency fallback when the Skatteverket open-data API is unavailable.
- Supports command-line argument for specifying the year and handles parsing of B-rows only.
- Outputs a structured TypeScript file containing tax data for specified years.
* feat: gate salary module behind dev-only flag
Temporarily disable the Lön module in production while the feature is
being completed. Sidebar entries ("Löner", "Anställda") still render but
are not clickable and show a "Kommer snart" badge. Middleware redirects
/salary* to / and returns 404 on /api/salary/* so the feature can't be
reached by direct URL. All gates check NODE_ENV === 'development' so
local dev keeps full access for continued development.
