feat(webshop): generate orderunderlag and attach it to the verifikat at booking (#1899)
* feat(webshop): generate orderunderlag PDF and attach it to the verifikat at booking Booked webshop orders only carried the VAT split; the verifikat showed no product lines, customer or payment method although the sync already stores all of it in webshop_orders.line_items (#1881). - lib/webshop-orders/order-underlag.tsx: pure model builder + react-pdf template (order lines, customer, payment method, per-rate VAT summary, SEK conversion facts) + archiveWebshopOrderUnderlag, which renders and archives the PDF on the committed verifikat through uploadDocument (upload_source system, extraction none), mirroring archiveIssuedInvoicePdf. Never throws: the booking is immutable by then. - book route: archive after commitEntry; response gains underlag_archived. FX-retry now also syncs the in-memory row so the underlag shows the resolved SEK facts. - webshop_order added to NEEDS_DOC_SOURCE_TYPES and (new migration 20260825140000) to the verifikat_without_documents needs-doc list, so a failed attach or a historical booking surfaces on the saknar-underlag worklist. transactions_without_documents is deliberately unchanged. - tests: underlag model/render/archive unit tests, book-route archive and failure-isolation cases, pg test extended (per-source-type probe now covers webshop_order; explicit flagged/silenced pair). Fixes #1881 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(migrations): move webshop needs-doc migration after main's 20260825150000 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(webshop): add manually_booked fields to the underlag order fixture Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(webshop): skeptic findings on the orderunderlag (#1881) Two refutations from the skeptic pass on PR #1899, both fixed: 1. Correctness: sv-SE Intl emits U+2212 MINUS SIGN for negatives, which Helvetica/WinAnsi PDF fonts drop silently, so refund and discount amounts on the archived underlag rendered as POSITIVE. formatAmount now replaces U+2212 with an ASCII hyphen (same guard as formatPdfCurrency), is exported, and is pinned by a regression test. 2. Regression: NEEDS_DOC_SOURCE_TYPES had two hardcoded copies that missed webshop_order, so flagged rows rendered without the "Underlag saknas" chip, waiver toggle, or batch-exempt selection, and the weekly missing-underlag push cron disagreed with the badge. The constant now lives in dependency-free lib/worklist/types.ts (client-safe), is re-exported from categories.ts, and both JournalEntryList.tsx and push-notifications/notification-scheduler.ts consume it instead of their own copies. Also: "Bokfört i SEK" reworded to "Motsvarande i SEK" (compliance skeptic observation: the dialog's lines are user-editable, so the underlag must state the order's conversion, not claim a booking fact). feat(transactions): expose the bank account (cash_account_id + ledger) on listings, filter by it (#1809)
* feat(transactions): expose the bank account (cash_account_id + ledger) on listings, filter by it Customer report: neither the MCP transaction listings nor v1 REST said which bank account a transaction belongs to, so per-account reconciliation could not be driven from outside and a difference on one account was hunted on another. - gnubok_list_uncategorized_transactions: cash_account_id + cash_account_ledger (BAS account of the bank account, one lookup per page) on every row, and an optional cash_account_id filter applied to both count and page. - transactions_without_documents RPC (new migration, same signature): rows carry cash_account_id + cash_account_ledger via LEFT JOIN cash_accounts; gnubok_list_transactions_without_documents declares them. - v1 transactions list/detail: cash_account_id column; list accepts ?cash_account_id=<uuid> (400 on non-UUID). - tools/list budget bumped 59.85K -> 59.9K with the usual log entry; no property descriptions added. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): import insertCashAccount in the pg test, regenerate banking.md, validate cash_account_id Skeptic/CI findings: the new pg-real test referenced insertCashAccount without importing it; the accounted-api agent skill (banking.md) was stale after cash_account_id joined the v1 projections (apiskill:check). Also reject a ledger number passed as cash_account_id on the MCP tool with a clear message instead of a raw uuid cast error, since the ledger now sits next to the id in every row. fix(db): enforce balance check on directly inserted posted journal entries (v2) (#1439)
* fix(db): enforce balance check on directly inserted posted journal entries check_balance_on_post only fires on the draft-to-posted UPDATE transition, so any code path that INSERTs a row with status 'posted' directly skipped balance validation entirely. The invariant sum(debit) = sum(credit) on every posted entry was DB-enforced only for the engine's commit lifecycle. Add check_balance_on_posted_insert, a deferred constraint trigger on AFTER INSERT WHEN (NEW.status = 'posted') reusing the existing check_journal_entry_balance() function, which already handles the journal_entries INSERT context via NEW.id/NEW.status. Deferred semantics let an atomic transaction insert header and lines together; zero-line and unbalanced posted inserts are rejected at constraint evaluation. All existing checks stay intact; this only adds coverage. The one first-party posted-INSERT path outside an RPC, the sandbox seed, now books through the bookkeeping engine (createJournalEntry) instead of raw inserts. SIE import already inserts header and lines in a single transaction via its structured RPC and passes unchanged. pg tests cover the new path (zero-line rejected, unbalanced rejected at SET CONSTRAINTS IMMEDIATE, balanced same-transaction insert accepted) and existing posted-entry fixtures move to a transactional insertPostedJournalEntry helper so they stay valid setup. Fixes #327 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): insert list-filters pg fixtures in one transaction The list-filters suite (landed via a sibling merge) inserted posted headers with getPool().query, where each query autocommits: the deferred check_balance_on_posted_insert constraint fired at the header's own commit with zero lines and correctly rejected the fixture. Header and balanced lines now share one BEGIN/COMMIT so the constraint evaluates the complete entry, mirroring the insertPostedJournalEntry helper. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(seed): insert journal headers as drafts, post after lines land check_balance_on_posted_insert (renamed to apply-time version 20260806130000) rejects a posted header whose transaction has no lines. PostgREST autocommits each request, so every seed path that inserted posted headers first would die with "has zero total": the sandbox seed (ledger history, invoice vouchers, salary vouchers), seed-demo-account and seed-export-data. All now insert draft headers, insert lines, then flip to posted so check_balance_on_post validates the finished verifikat. The sandbox seed keeps its documented no-events design. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(db): preserve a preset committed_at on draft-to-posted transition set_committed_at() stamped now() unconditionally, so the seed flows that post backdated drafts lost their historical booking timestamps and every demo verifikat read as booked today (CodeRabbit finding on PR 1439). Stamp only when committed_at is NULL: the engine path (drafts carry no committed_at) behaves exactly as before and a posted entry still always has a committed_at; an explicitly supplied value now survives posting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(db): preserve preset committed_at only for trusted roles The IS NULL guard alone (20260806150000, never shipped; replaced by 20260806160000) let any RLS-permitted member backdate committed_at through PostgREST by presetting it on a draft and posting, which the Swedish accounting review flagged: committed_at is what the BFL 5 kap timeliness checks and behandlingshistorik treat as the genuine transition time. Preset values now survive posting only for service_role/postgres/supabase_admin; authenticated and anon writers always get the now() stamp. Consequence: the sandbox seed (runs as the requesting user) gets committed_at = posting time, accepted and documented in the route; the demo scripts run as service_role and keep their backdated history. pg tests cover all four paths, with the upper timestamp bound CodeRabbit asked for. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(db): restore superseded migration so the preview tracker stays consistent The preview branch had already applied 20260806150000 when the previous commit deleted the file, orphaning the preview's migration tracker ("Remote migration versions not found in local migrations directory"). Restored with a header explaining it is superseded in the same deploy by 20260806160000, so the unguarded semantics are never live on their own. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(db): decide committed_at trust by JWT claims, not current_user The Swedish review found the current_user guard bypassable: commit_journal_entry is SECURITY DEFINER and granted to authenticated, so inside it current_user is the function owner and a member could preset a backdated committed_at on a direct-inserted draft and launder it through the RPC. The guard now reads the JWT claims role (same primitive as the RPC's own tenant guard): preset values survive only for service_role or claim-less backend connections; authenticated and anon callers are always stamped now(), on both the direct UPDATE and the RPC path (new pg test). Both migration files now carry the identical final body so no unguarded intermediate exists as a standalone applyable unit. Behandlingshistorik logging of trusted overrides is follow-up #1444. fix(documents): anchor floating supplier-invoice underlag instead of nagging (#1248)
A verifikat booked from a supplier invoice showed the invoice PDF when opened while the list kept warning "Underlag saknas" on the same row. Both surfaces behaved as written: every missing-underlag surface only accepts a referenced supplier-invoice document when it is ANCHORED to a journal entry (only anchored docs sit behind block_document_deletion), while the verifikat view's reference resolver displayed the document regardless. The document was floating because delete_last_voucher clears journal_entry_id on everything attached to the voucher it tears down (the FK is ON DELETE RESTRICT, so it must). Deleting a rättelse the invoice PDF had been relinked onto therefore orphaned it while the payment verifikat stayed posted, and nothing ever anchored it again: the warning was unresolvable by design. Same class one surface over: v1 mark-paid never linked the document at all, dashboard mark-paid only did so for the cash entry, and both match-supplier-invoice routes propagated the transaction's document but not the invoice's own. Four of the five affected prod rows come from those paths, not from a deleted voucher. - lib/core/documents/supplier-invoice-underlag.ts: anchor a floating document to the invoice's own posted verifikat (registration, then payment, then partial payments; open unlocked periods only). Never moves an anchored doc, never throws. - Called after delete_last_voucher and from all four payment paths. - getJournalEntryUnderlagReferences withholds an unanchored document so the verifikat view and the warning can no longer contradict each other. - Migration 20260727180000 backfills the rows already in this state. Bug/invalid imports (#1146)
* feat: add Accounted MCP namespace * fix(bookkeeping): stop flagging verifikat whose underlag lives on a referenced supplier invoice The missing-underlag surfaces only accepted a document directly linked to the entry, so payment verifikat for supplier invoices (doc on the registration entry per design) and entries whose doc was pinned to the bank transaction before matching were falsely flagged; opening the entry showed the referenced doc and cleared the warning client-side, and it came back on reload. - verifikat_without_documents + transactions_without_documents now treat an entry as covered when a supplier invoice referencing it (registration or payment FK, or a supplier_invoice_payments row) carries a document anchored to a journal entry (BFL 5 kap 7 paragraf hänvisning till underlag; anchoring required because the WORM deletion guards key on document_attachments.journal_entry_id) - match-supplier-invoice routes (dashboard + v1) propagate the transaction's pinned document onto the payment verifikat, mirroring the categorize route; migration backfills rows already written (open unlocked periods, company-guarded, never steals a linked doc) - /api/documents/counts, the transactions-page badges, the bulk "Inget underlag krävs" count and the push-notification scheduler share the same reference-aware predicate, so every surface agrees with the RPC - counts route validates journal_entry_ids as UUIDs (they are interpolated into a PostgREST or-filter) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): align table columns flush with page edges Collapse the checkbox gutter column to zero width and hang the hover-revealed checkbox/expand chevron in the page margins, drop the outer padding so DATUM sits flush left and STATUS flush right, and tuck the overflow-menu dots under the middle of the STATUS header. Applied to both the inbox and history tables so they stay identical. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(arsredovisning): tie anlaggningstillgangar note to booked depreciation The ARL 5:8 roll-forward note recomputed depreciation from its own day-based linear formula (365.25/12 month length, non-inclusive day count, linear only), drifting ~20 kr per year per asset from the ledger-driven resultat- and balansrakning and misstating non-linear methods entirely. Note figures now come from posted depreciation_schedules rows (the same source disposeAsset reverses), falling back to the engine's computeAnnualDepreciation when nothing is posted; pre-onboarding opening balances iterate prior years through the engine. Adds a note-vs-trial-balance tie-out warning (accounts 1000-1299, over 1 kr) surfaced before download. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(stripe): move connect and sync surface from settings to import page Stripe's transaction feed is a continuous import source in the same category as the PSD2 bank connection, so its connect/sync surface now lives on the import page as a source card (mode=stripe), gated "kommer snart" on hosted like before; self-hosted keeps the full panel. - Import page: Stripe card after Koppla bank, renders the existing StripeSettingsPanel via the settings-panel registry - OAuth callback and panel cleanup return to /import?mode=stripe - Settings > Betalningar retired: nav item removed, route redirects, PaymentsSettingsContent deleted, legacy ?tab=payments mapped - New import.stripe_* strings in sv+en; dead settings_nav.payments removed Crons and sync logic unchanged; payment-link settings stay in the invoicing section. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(underlag): paginate missing-underlag cron and harden doc-surface queries Resolve PR review findings on bug/invalid-imports: - notification-scheduler: fetchAllRows on all 5 global reads; past 1000 rows the capped reads produced false "saknade underlag" notifications - bulk-missing: LOOKUP_CHUNK 300->150 so the twice-embedded .or() id list stays under the PostgREST URL limit - bulk-missing + transactions page: UUID-guard the .or()-interpolated id lists, matching documents/counts - match-supplier-invoice (dashboard + v1): log documentId/journalEntryId on the non-fatal doc-link warning - well-known/oauth-protected-resource: document the tool_namespace allow-list - messages/en: reword stripe_description - DECISIONS.md: record the asset ibAck tie-out and Tailwind !important calls Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): convert registrationDate from Unix seconds to millisecond epoch in lookup and profile tests --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(mcp): unify missing-document surfaces on one predicate (#876)
* feat(mcp): unify missing-document surfaces on one predicate (P1-3) The two MCP surfaces told different truths: the transactions tool keyed 'has underlag' on transactions.document_id while the verifikat tool keyed on document_attachments — and neither respected the source-type semantics, version chains, or journal_entry_no_doc_required waivers that lib/worklist's canonical count applies. Measured on prod: 22,046 waived verifikat still listed to agents, 2,370 doc-exempt source types listed, ~87 docs attached to transactions but never propagated to the verifikat, 1,100 transactions flagged missing-receipt although their verifikat HAS the underlag. One predicate now lives in SQL — posted, needs-doc source type (mirrors NEEDS_DOC_SOURCE_TYPES), no current-version doc, no waiver: - verifikat_without_documents RPC v2 adopts the canonical predicate. - New transactions_without_documents RPC: the bank-driven subset of the same predicate, joined through transactions.journal_entry_id — a strict subset of the verifikat surface by construction. Rows expose qualified transaction_id (P1-2 forward-compat); bare id deprecated. - Both tools become thin RPC wrappers; descriptions state the actual set relationship. - lib/worklist countVerifikatMissingDocument delegates to the RPC (previously three full-table pulls set-differenced client-side) — badge count and agent surfaces can no longer drift. - Backfill: propagate transaction-attached docs to their verifikat where the attachment was never linked (open periods only; never steals a doc linked to another verifikat). pg-real: fixture matrix (no-doc/with-doc/waived/stale-version/ doc-exempt-source/import), strict-subset assertion, per-source-type pin of the SQL list against the TS constant, tenant guard. Part of dev_docs/mcp_optimization_plan.md (P1-3). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(mcp): explicit grants restated + count-call comment (#876 review) - Restate REVOKE/GRANT on verifikat_without_documents so the migration is self-contained (CREATE OR REPLACE preserves the 20260703130000 grants — verified on prod: authenticated + service_role only). - Comment on the p_limit:1 count call: total_count is computed over the full filtered set, independent of page size.
