MattssonandClaude Fable 5 cd344b6dbb fix(db): enforce balance check on directly inserted posted journal entries (v2) (#1439)
* fix(db): enforce balance check on directly inserted posted journal entries

check_balance_on_post only fires on the draft-to-posted UPDATE transition,
so any code path that INSERTs a row with status 'posted' directly skipped
balance validation entirely. The invariant sum(debit) = sum(credit) on
every posted entry was DB-enforced only for the engine's commit lifecycle.

Add check_balance_on_posted_insert, a deferred constraint trigger on
AFTER INSERT WHEN (NEW.status = 'posted') reusing the existing
check_journal_entry_balance() function, which already handles the
journal_entries INSERT context via NEW.id/NEW.status. Deferred semantics
let an atomic transaction insert header and lines together; zero-line and
unbalanced posted inserts are rejected at constraint evaluation. All
existing checks stay intact; this only adds coverage.

The one first-party posted-INSERT path outside an RPC, the sandbox seed,
now books through the bookkeeping engine (createJournalEntry) instead of
raw inserts. SIE import already inserts header and lines in a single
transaction via its structured RPC and passes unchanged.

pg tests cover the new path (zero-line rejected, unbalanced rejected at
SET CONSTRAINTS IMMEDIATE, balanced same-transaction insert accepted) and
existing posted-entry fixtures move to a transactional
insertPostedJournalEntry helper so they stay valid setup.

Fixes #327

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(tests): insert list-filters pg fixtures in one transaction

The list-filters suite (landed via a sibling merge) inserted posted
headers with getPool().query, where each query autocommits: the deferred
check_balance_on_posted_insert constraint fired at the header's own
commit with zero lines and correctly rejected the fixture. Header and
balanced lines now share one BEGIN/COMMIT so the constraint evaluates
the complete entry, mirroring the insertPostedJournalEntry helper.

* fix(seed): insert journal headers as drafts, post after lines land

check_balance_on_posted_insert (renamed to apply-time version
20260806130000) rejects a posted header whose transaction has no lines.
PostgREST autocommits each request, so every seed path that inserted
posted headers first would die with "has zero total": the sandbox seed
(ledger history, invoice vouchers, salary vouchers), seed-demo-account
and seed-export-data. All now insert draft headers, insert lines, then
flip to posted so check_balance_on_post validates the finished
verifikat. The sandbox seed keeps its documented no-events design.

* fix(db): preserve a preset committed_at on draft-to-posted transition

set_committed_at() stamped now() unconditionally, so the seed flows that
post backdated drafts lost their historical booking timestamps and every
demo verifikat read as booked today (CodeRabbit finding on PR 1439).
Stamp only when committed_at is NULL: the engine path (drafts carry no
committed_at) behaves exactly as before and a posted entry still always
has a committed_at; an explicitly supplied value now survives posting.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(db): preserve preset committed_at only for trusted roles

The IS NULL guard alone (20260806150000, never shipped; replaced by
20260806160000) let any RLS-permitted member backdate committed_at
through PostgREST by presetting it on a draft and posting, which the
Swedish accounting review flagged: committed_at is what the BFL 5 kap
timeliness checks and behandlingshistorik treat as the genuine
transition time. Preset values now survive posting only for
service_role/postgres/supabase_admin; authenticated and anon writers
always get the now() stamp. Consequence: the sandbox seed (runs as the
requesting user) gets committed_at = posting time, accepted and
documented in the route; the demo scripts run as service_role and keep
their backdated history. pg tests cover all four paths, with the upper
timestamp bound CodeRabbit asked for.

* fix(db): restore superseded migration so the preview tracker stays consistent

The preview branch had already applied 20260806150000 when the previous
commit deleted the file, orphaning the preview's migration tracker
("Remote migration versions not found in local migrations directory").
Restored with a header explaining it is superseded in the same deploy by
20260806160000, so the unguarded semantics are never live on their own.

* fix(db): decide committed_at trust by JWT claims, not current_user

The Swedish review found the current_user guard bypassable:
commit_journal_entry is SECURITY DEFINER and granted to authenticated,
so inside it current_user is the function owner and a member could
preset a backdated committed_at on a direct-inserted draft and launder
it through the RPC. The guard now reads the JWT claims role (same
primitive as the RPC's own tenant guard): preset values survive only
for service_role or claim-less backend connections; authenticated and
anon callers are always stamped now(), on both the direct UPDATE and
the RPC path (new pg test). Both migration files now carry the
identical final body so no unguarded intermediate exists as a
standalone applyable unit. Behandlingshistorik logging of trusted
overrides is follow-up #1444.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.8 a558c75678 fix(bookkeeping): clear the period IB link when stornoing an opening balance (#1022)
* fix(bookkeeping): clear the period IB link when stornoing an opening balance

Reversing a period's opening-balance verifikat left
fiscal_periods.opening_balance_entry_id pointing at the reversed entry, and
nothing reads that pointer's status. The storno was a no-op where it mattered:

- getOpeningBalances() reads the linked entry's lines with no status filter,
so the Balansrapport kept showing the cancelled IB.
- Year-end blocks while the pointer is non-null and tells the user to
"reverse it before re-running year-end": advice the storno could never
satisfy. delete_last_voucher and the opening-balance/correct route both
refuse an already-reversed entry, so there was no in-app way out.

reverseEntry now drops the link, mirroring the bank-transaction unlink
directly above it. getOpeningBalances falls through to the duplicate-safe
compute_prior_opening_balances RPC, and year-end can re-book the IB. This
also closes the documented residual edge in opening-balance/correct (storno
succeeded, relink failed) and makes runYearEnd's rollback comment true.

Two statements, not one: enforce_opening_balance_immutability rejects a
pointer change while opening_balances_set is still true. Covered by a pg-real
test, since a mocked client happily accepts the single-statement version that
the real trigger rejects.

Found via support: a user could not close 2025 because bogus 2026 opening
balances from a SIE import would not go away.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Sonnet 5 ec27228a8e style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests,
and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than
house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon
for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal
ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for
paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by
hand together to keep sv/en in sync.

Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than
decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex,
charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE
encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the
agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and
a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte.

Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in
ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial
pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it
exists to verify.

Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27
SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes,
with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above.

* feat(arcim-migration): Briox provider with SIE-over-API import

- Briox auth via account ID + application token (no app-level
credentials); both tokens rotate on refresh and are persisted
- New sie-fetcher pulls the general ledger as SIE through the
provider API for Fortnox, Briox and Bjorn Lunden
- Wizard stops on a failed SIE import and surfaces the real errors
instead of proceeding to the misleading migrate-guard message
- PROVIDER_SIE_ONLY_FORTNOX renamed to PROVIDER_SIE_NOT_SUPPORTED;
new PROVIDER_TOKEN_INVALID for rejected provider credentials

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bookkeeping): per-line accruals (periodisering) on invoices and supplier invoices

Defer revenue/costs per invoice line to 29xx/17xx interim accounts with
automatic monthly dissolution (nightly cron + catch-up at registration),
schedule cancellation on credit, year-end auto-detect exclusion for
already-scheduled invoices, invoice-inbox service-period extraction for
prefill, and an MCP tool to list schedules.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bokslut): iXBRL arsredovisning generation and Bolagsverket digital filing

Generate the annual report as iXBRL from a generated taxonomy registry
(K2 element lists, taxonomy:generate/check scripts + CI guard), expose it
via the fiscal-period API, and add the bolagsverket extension for digital
submission to eget utrymme with webhook-driven status tracking
(submissions table + pg tests, lifecycle events, year-end wizard UI).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(mcp): raise origin-guard test timeout to 20s

The dynamic import pulls in the full server module; the parse alone
flirts with the 5s default under full-suite parallel load.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* Add new scripts and documentation for K2 AB taxonomy generation and validation

- Introduced `generate-taxonomy-registry.ts` to automate the generation of the iXBRL taxonomy concept registry from official element lists and tuple models.
- Added `validate-ixbrl.mjs` for validating generated iXBRL reports against the official taxonomy package using Arelle.
- Included new documentation files:
  - `k2-ab-arsredovisning-elementlista-2024-09-12_rev20250312_sv.xlsx`
  - `tuple-innehallsmodell-arsredovisning-k2-2024-09-12.xlsx`
  - `taxonomi-paket-2024-09-12_rev20250312.zip`

* Add tests for bookkeeping accruals dissolution and supplier invoices

- Implement tests for the POST /api/bookkeeping/accruals/[id]/dissolve route, covering success and error scenarios.
- Add tests for the DELETE /api/supplier-invoices/[id] route, including authentication checks and validation of invoice deletion conditions.
- Introduce tests for the Arcim migration provider client, ensuring token handling and error classification.
- Create tests for the Bolagsverket extension, validating submission role enforcement and environment settings.
- Add Zod schemas for Bolagsverket response payloads to ensure proper validation.
- Implement tests for MCP server's list accrual schedules, confirming registration and scope mapping.
- Add consistency tests for IXBRL document generation, ensuring duplicate facts and XML escaping are handled correctly.
- Introduce typed domain errors for accrual schedules to improve error handling in the service.
- Add tests for resolving consent with Briox token refresh concurrency, ensuring proper token management and error handling.

* fix(tests): update payload size guard comments to reflect recent changes in tool descriptions and ceiling adjustments

* fix(gitattributes): mark generated JSON files in bokslut taxonomy as linguist-generated

* feat(migrations): add backfill for invoices.journal_entry_id and fallback for next_voucher_number user_id

* feat(bokslut): enhance compliance and financial processing features with new submission details and security measures

Jakob WennbergandClaude Fable 5 e978136210 fix(supplier-invoices): payment-match integrity — no more paid-without-voucher half-states (#711)
* fix(transactions): abort supplier-invoice match when payment voucher fails

The match route caught a payment-JE creation failure and proceeded anyway:
invoice marked paid with payment_journal_entry_id NULL, a payments row with
no voucher, and the bank line linked but unbooked. That half-state is
unrecoverable from the UI — mark-paid rejects 'paid' invoices and the match
route rejects already-linked transactions (the "user can re-book" comment
was wrong). The v1 route was already strict; this aligns the cookie route.

A failed voucher now fails the whole match before any state mutation, with
bookkeeping errors mapped to their structured codes and a new
MATCH_SI_JE_FAILED fallback.

Incident: Arcim 2026-06-11 — invoice 20250928 marked paid with no payment
voucher because account 3740 was missing from the chart.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(transactions): bank-sync supplier-invoice match is a suggestion, not a hard link

A high-confidence (>=0.85, unambiguous) supplier-invoice hit at sync time
set transactions.supplier_invoice_id directly — without booking a payment
or touching the invoice. The half-link then BLOCKED the match route
(MATCH_SI_TX_ALREADY_LINKED), stranding the bank line with no path to a
payment voucher and the invoice stuck on 'registered'.

Sync now always writes potential_supplier_invoice_id; the hard link is
reserved for completed matches where the payment voucher is booked.
High-confidence hits still drain the matching pool and skip the mapping
engine.

Incident: Arcim 2026-06-11 — RosholmDell 18299 (29 890 kr) auto-linked at
sync, unmatchable afterwards.

* feat(bookkeeping): seed standard BAS accounts on demand in the engine

A minimal company chart routinely lacks accounts that legitimate engine
flows reach — 3740 (öres- och kronutjämning) the first time a Bankgiro
payment lands a sub-krona off the invoice, 6580 on a first legal invoice.
createDraftEntry threw AccountsNotInChartError and turned a standard
account into a dead end.

The engine now backfills missing accounts from BAS_REFERENCE (full
metadata incl. SRU code) before failing. Conservative by design: unknown
numbers still throw, and deactivated accounts are never resurrected —
deactivation is a deliberate user choice. Concurrent seeding (23505) counts
as success.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(supplier-invoices): require explicit expense account, drop the 5010 seed

Every new line item (and every AI-prefilled line) was silently seeded with
account 5010 Lokalhyra. AI extraction deliberately never suggests accounts,
so any invoice saved without touching the field was misbooked as premises
rent — legally wrong verifikat that need rättelse to fix.

Lines now start with an empty account: the supplier's
default_expense_account fills empty rows when set, and submit blocks with a
clear toast until every row has an account.

Incident: Arcim 2026-06-11 — a legal-services invoice (should be 6580) and
a SaaS subscription (should be 5420) both posted to 5010.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(bookkeeping): clarify voucher description suffix to (ankomstnr N)

"(ankomst 2)" read as "arrived twice" / a duplicate marker; it is the
company-internal sequential arrival counter for supplier invoices.
"(ankomstnr 2)" says what the number is. Existing posted vouchers keep
their old description (immutable).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(transactions): cancel orphaned payment voucher when match loses the CAS race

When the payment JE posts but the invoice CAS update matches 0 rows (a
concurrent request settled it first), both match routes returned
MATCH_SI_NOT_OPEN and left the voucher orphaned in the ledger. mark-paid
has always compensated for exactly this case; the compensation is now a
shared helper (cancelOrphanedPaymentEntry: cancel + voucher-gap
explanation per BFNAR 2013:2) used by all three routes.

Flagged by the compliance swarm and the Swedish compliance review on
PR #711 — the one finding both converged on.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bookkeeping): next_voucher_number user_id fallback for service-role contexts

Mirrors 20260421170500 (commit_journal_entry got this fix; its twin did
not). Under a service-role client auth.uid() is NULL and the
voucher_sequences upsert fails its user_id NOT NULL check before
ON CONFLICT can arbitrate — even when the sequence row exists. Every
non-interactive caller of the storno/correction path
(getNextVoucherNumber → correctEntry) was broken.

Fallback: companies.created_by (same source seed_chart_of_accounts uses).
Interactive flows still record auth.uid(); DO UPDATE never touches
user_id on existing rows. Also restores SET search_path = public, lost
when 20260330 recreated the function after the 20260304 hardening.

pg-real: new test exercises the RPC on the superuser connection
(auth.uid() IS NULL) and asserts sequential numbers + owner attribution.

Found live: the Arcim repair script booked payment vouchers fine
(commit_journal_entry) but failed on corrections (next_voucher_number).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bookkeeping): harden cancelOrphanedPaymentEntry — never throw, breadcrumb before mutating

Two hardenings from the PR #711 review round:
- Whole body wrapped in try/catch: the caller is returning the correct
CAS-conflict response, so an unexpected client rejection must not
replace it with a 500 (best-effort is now a hard guarantee).
- The gap-recovery data (series, number, period, explanation) is logged
BEFORE the cancel: the cancel and gap insert are separate statements,
and a crash between them would otherwise leave a cancelled voucher
with no BFNAR 2013:2 gap explanation and no way to reconstruct it.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.7 ab63da8324 test: add real-Postgres smoke gate (pg-real) (#357)
* test: add real-Postgres smoke gate (pg-real)

Mocked Supabase tests cannot exercise triggers, RPCs, or RLS policies —
a migration that drops enforce_period_lock, mangles user_company_ids(),
or weakens an RLS policy ships green today. Closes that gap with a
small Vitest project `pg-real` running 5 smoke tests against a real
supabase/postgres:15 container in CI.

Covers: closed-period INSERT rejection, commit_journal_entry voucher
atomicity under concurrency, posted-entry immutability, RLS tenant
isolation on journal_entries, and audit_log UPDATE/DELETE rejection.

Also lands the bankid anonymization migration that was sitting
untracked from a prior task.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(pg-real): fix storage schema bootstrap + de-scope + PR review fixes

- Drop bankid anonymization migration from this PR. That change is
separate scope (and has open compliance questions flagged by the
Swedish review bot on #357); it will land in its own PR.
- Add tests/pg/bootstrap.sql to align storage.buckets/objects/foldername
with what migrations expect before the replay loop. The supabase/postgres
image ships only a partial storage schema; the rest comes from the
storage-api service at runtime, which CI does not run. First pg-real run
failed at migration 24 on "column public of relation buckets does not exist".
- Add concurrency group to the workflow so stacked PR commits cancel
  in-progress runs instead of queueing.
- Gate the pg-real vitest project on DATABASE_URL so a bare `vitest run`
with no DB configured runs only the unit project. npm run test:pg is
  the opt-in entry point.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(pg-real): widen JWT claim setup so auth.uid() resolves under RLS

The rls.pg test came back with 0 rows instead of 1 — user_company_ids()
returned empty because auth.uid() didn't resolve to the seeded user.
Two fixes:
- Set both request.jwt.claims (whole object) and request.jwt.claim.sub
(individual claim). Different Supabase auth.uid() versions read one or
  the other.
- Assert auth.uid() = expected userId immediately after the context
switch, so the next failure points at the right layer instead of an
  unrelated empty-result assertion.
