feat(zettle): sync paid purchases into webshop_orders (#2445)
Community PR #2416 by @olofpinzke, adopted and finished by maintainers (rebased so every commit is signed). Why the problem occurred: no Zettle integration; POS sales only reached the books as bank descriptors while Woo/Shopify already had order underlag via webshop_orders. The contributor's version also failed at the database (platform CHECKs listed only woocommerce/shopify), which the mocked unit tests never saw. What was simplified: reused the Orders/book/invoice path instead of a new inbox; Finance API payouts/fees deferred. Sales the one-account, revenue-per-rate model cannot book (split tender, gift cards, tips) import unbookable with a "bokför manuellt" title instead of guessing accounts. Reset parity uses the rename-and-wrap pattern instead of re-issuing the reset body. Why this solution: per-purchase rows give the radunderlag BFL verifikat need and the bulk-book path exists; daily kassarapport aggregation and Finance API fees/payouts are the follow-up (DECISIONS.md). Skeptic-refuted paths fixed before merge: concurrent refresh-token rotation (sync claim), cron offset paging (candidate snapshot), platform CHECKs, writer-role gate, migration-reset parity, white-label return origin re-validated at callback, VAT net from product rows. Not live until ZETTLE_CLIENT_ID / ZETTLE_CLIENT_SECRET / ZETTLE_CREDENTIALS_ENCRYPTION_KEY are set on Vercel and a Zettle developer app is registered with the callback redirect URI. feat(company): ideell förening as a third legal form, behind a flag (#2072 step 1) (#2423)
* feat(company): ideell förening as a third legal form, behind a flag (#2072 step 1) Why the problem occurred: the legal form was modelled as a binary flag in ~300 files. `EntityType` was a two-member union, but nothing dispatched on it exhaustively: 28 sites defaulted `?? 'enskild_firma'` (invoice, categorize, match, stripe, invoice-inbox) or `?? 'aktiebolag'` (year-end, bokslut, MCP), and every form-dependent choice was an `=== 'aktiebolag' ? A : B` ternary. Widening the union compiled everywhere and changed nothing, so a förening would have booked as an enskild firma in the app and as an aktiebolag in bokslut and MCP, with no error anywhere. The lookup refused föreningar at the door (mapEntityType returned null), which is what the tester hit. What was removed or simplified: the silent defaults. One module, lib/company/entity-type.ts, now holds the list (ENTITY_TYPES), the parser (never defaults), the resolver (settings hint, then companies.entity_type, then throw) and `byEntityType`, whose Record arms make the compiler refuse the next widening until each site has an answer. The form-dependent facts (closing account, owner settlement account, calendar-year lock, default method, K1/K2 label, personnummer vs 16-prefix) live there once instead of in the ternaries. On the SQL side supported_entity_types() replaces four copies of the literal list in the create RPCs. Why this shape and not the proposed one: the tracker asked for the enum widening plus a chart; that alone was the dangerous version (compiles, books wrong). Bundling stiftelse was considered and dropped: identical plumbing but no chart block. Creation sits behind NEXT_PUBLIC_IDEELL_FORENING_ENABLED so the CHECK, RPCs and seed can ship now and the first partner is switched on without a migration; the flag goes when Phase 2 (packs, INK3, årsbokslut, Swish) lands on the tracker. Domain choices (DECISIONS.md 2026-09-08, verify with an accountant before Phase 2): result closes to 2069 with 2068 as prior-year carry; no owner accounts, member settlement on 2890; accrual default; brutet räkenskapsår allowed; K1 label for the 5 000 kr accrual threshold (BFNAR 2010:1); org number gets the 16 prefix. Migration 20260908110835 widens the three CHECK constraints, adds supported_entity_types(), re-creates the three create RPCs with the widened guard and adds the förening block to seed_chart_of_accounts. Applied to staging and covered by ideell-forening-entity-type.pg.test.ts. Part of #2072 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01PdGafpUA7jVV1oYjkwfQCh * fix(company): close the förening paths the skeptic refuted (#2072) Five refutations from the /skeptic pass on 7a05c54d2, each fixed at the shared definition rather than the reported site: 1. Privately paid supplier invoices and the utlägg dialog resolved the owner account in lib/expenses/payer.ts with its own AB/EF ternary, so a förening member's invoice was built on 2893 and then refused by the expense-claim service (which already said 2890), burning an ankomstnummer. The helper now uses ownerSettlementAccount. 2. Booking templates substitute their `_ab` accounts only for an aktiebolag; the `private_expense` template kept its base 2013 for a förening. Template accounts now resolve through templateAccountForForm: EF base, AB override, förening base with owner accounts translated to 2890 (booking-templates.ts and proposal-lines.ts share it). 3. A VAT-registered förening with helårsmoms got no momsdeklaration deadline: the annual VAT rule bailed on anything but AB/EF. A förening is a juridisk person and follows the räkenskapsår schedule (SFL 26 kap 33 §), so the rule now keys on fiscalYearLockedToCalendar instead of the two literals; same in the MCP VAT report. 4. 2069 would have accumulated across years: the year-open omföring was AB-only with 2099/2098 hard-coded. planResultAppropriation now takes the pair from resultClosingAccounts (AB 2099 -> 2098, förening 2069 -> 2068) and skips forms with no carry (EF). 5. With the flag off, a registry lookup that returned "Ideell förening" was prefilled into the onboarding journey, the form picker was skipped and the create step answered "Ogiltig företagsform" with no way back. The journey, the BankID picker, the onboarding page and the MCP lookup now use mapSetupEntityType, which maps only creatable forms, so a flagged-off form falls through to the picker as before. Also: form picker keeps its AB-first order; tests for each fix. fix(suppliers): one 10-digit org number key for matching and storage (#2405)
* fix(suppliers): one 10-digit org number key for matching and storage Why the problem occurred: the supplier register was written in three spellings (the form asks for XXXXXX-XXXX, the v1 API and the MCP tool stored whatever the caller sent, the AI extractor emits bare digits) while matchSupplierByIdentity compared raw strings with .eq(). The canonical rule existed three times (normalizeOrgNumber, the MCP fuzzy pass's orgNumberKey, the extractor's toOrg10) and nowhere on the path that decides a match, so every AI-extracted invoice from a hyphen-registered supplier missed the strongest key and fell to exact-name matching. Prod holds 1738 hyphenated rows against 493 bare ones. What was removed or simplified: orgNumberKey (digits only, 10 kept, last 10 of 12, no Luhn) moves into lib/invariants/org-number.ts and replaces the two other copies. The matcher scans the company's suppliers with an org_number and compares keys, the same shape as its vat_number branch, so rows written before the backfill (and self-hosted instances that never run it) match too. CreateSupplierSchema, UpdateSupplierSchema and the staged create_supplier schema store the key; the form renders it through formatOrgNumberDisplay. A backfill migration strips the formatting from existing rows, skipping migration-reset source companies. Why this and not the proposed one: the issue's third layer (CHECK plus a unique index) would fail to create on prod, which holds 94 duplicate (company_id, key) groups across 18 companies, one of them 124 rows under a single placeholder-looking number; that needs a merge decision first and is filed as #2404. Rejecting anything that is not 10 or 12 digits on write was also dropped: 68 prod rows carry foreign registration numbers (DK, DE, NL, FI, GB, IE, US, CZ, IT) in org_number, so Swedish-shaped input is canonicalised and anything else is stored as typed. Luhn stays lenient on suppliers because two rows with the same mistyped number are one supplier and parties is Luhn-strict at promotion already. Fixes #2391 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_013yCehdxm8yUubGAmoDFZag * fix(suppliers): key only Swedish-shaped org numbers, search and dedup through the key Skeptic pass on the previous commit. Three refutations, all confirmed: 1. orgNumberKey took the last 10 of any 12 digits and stripped letters. A VAT number typed into the org field (SE556012579001, orgnr + 01) keyed to 6012579001, another company's identity, on every write path and in the backfill; 26 prod rows hold exactly that shape (prefixes 55/52/87). A Belgian BE0123456789 lost its country letters the same way. The key now strips only hyphens and spaces and unprefixes 12 digits only behind 16/18/19/20; everything else is null, stored and compared as typed. The migration carries the same rule. 2. The supplier list search, the v1 ?search= filter and the list column all used the raw stored value, so a user searching 556677-88 after the backfill found nothing. Both searches now compare without separators and the column renders XXXXXX-XXXX. 3. Storage was not canonical on every path: the CSV import and the provider migration orchestrator wrote as typed and keyed their re-sync dedup by the raw value, so a Fortnox re-sync sending 556677-8899 would have duplicated the now-bare row. Both write and key through orgNumberKey. Also: the matcher scans live suppliers only, so a register holding an archived hyphenated row next to its live replacement resolves to the live one instead of whichever id sorts first. Refs #2391 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_013yCehdxm8yUubGAmoDFZag * fix(suppliers): review pass: foreign numbers survive display and dedup, stub key canonical CodeRabbit findings on PR #2405, all verified against the code: - The supplier list rendered through formatOrgNumber, which strips letters and would show BE0123456789 as 012345-6789; it now uses formatOrgNumberDisplay, which leaves anything not Swedish-shaped alone. - The CSV import dedup fell back to digits-only, so BE0123456789 and FR0123456789 collided; the fallback is now the value as typed, in both the parse preview and the execute route. - The provider migration's supplier-invoice stub map was keyed by the raw provider value while the stored row was canonical, so 556677-8899 and 5566778899 on two invoices produced two stubs; the key goes through orgMapKey like the other maps. - v1 response examples show the stored 10-digit form; the request example keeps the hyphenated input. feat(rot-rut): overview page, beslutsfil import, avslag reclaim, MCP list + settle (#2397)
* feat(rot-rut): overview page, beslutsfil import, avslag reclaim, MCP list + settle Follow-up to #2239/#2360 for firms whose every invoice carries ROT/RUT. - /invoices/rot-rut: tiles (at Skatteverket on 1513, awaiting beslut, refused to book, ready to request) and one row per begaran with mark uploaded, cancel, download and "Bokfor nekat belopp"; the Fakturor button links here, ?rot-rut=1 still opens the file dialog. - Beslutsfil import from the UI through the existing import route. - Reclaim of the share Skatteverket refused: one voucher debit 1510 / credit 1513 per invoice (source_type rot_rut_reclaim), CAS-attached to the begaran and guarded by a partial unique index; the invoice reopens for the refused share via invoices.deduction_reclaimed_total, with the customer-share formula and its SQL twin gaining the same term. The payment dialog and bank match then settle the reopened remaining as a plain 1510 clearing; a booked kontantmetod invoice is proposed accrual- shaped so revenue is never recognised twice. Unknown per-invoice split of a partial beslut is refused, never allocated. - MCP: gnubok_list_rot_rut_payout_requests (search-only read) and gnubok_settle_rot_rut_payout (staged write, op settle_rot_rut_payout) sharing one pre-flight + settle with the dashboard match route. - Migrations 20260907140000 (reclaim state, source_type, INSERT guard), 20260907140100/140101 (pending_operations op type). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01D9wvsGnvu5tHGqYnJnjnaB * chore(rot-rut): renumber migrations after merging main Main already carries 20260907143000 and 20260907150000, so the three rot-rut migrations move to 20260907160000/160100/160101 to keep the applied order monotonic (see memory: migration-version-collisions). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01D9wvsGnvu5tHGqYnJnjnaB * fix(rot-rut): close the reclaim gaps found by skeptics, CI and review Skeptic refutations (#2397): - payment-sync recomputes remaining with deduction_reclaimed_total, so a storno of a payment on a reopened invoice no longer strands the refused share (R1). - Reclaim refused while an invoice sits in a later live begäran (ROT_RUT_RECLAIM_INVOICE_REREQUESTED); the overview and the MCP list hide the action for the same case (C2). - A reclaimed invoice is blocked from a new begäran (DEDUCTION_RECLAIMED) until the reclaim voucher is reversed (R2/C3). - Storno of the reclaim voucher syncs the invoices and the begäran back (rot-rut-reclaim-reversal.ts, hooked into reverseEntry) (R3). - A paid invoice with NULL paid_amount counts its customer share as paid (C4). Crediting an invoice with a reclaimed share is refused on the dashboard, v1 and MCP paths (R4). CI and review: - Build: custom-coded MCP errors via Object.assign, not codedError. - pg-real: column default for default_voucher_series_per_source_type re-stated with rot_rut_reclaim (20260907160200); the default test now re-applies the latest default migration. - Checks: accounted-api skill regenerated (journal-entries source types). - CodeRabbit/Superagent: per-item refused shares must reconcile with the request-level beslut; per-invoice reopen through the idempotent RPC apply_rot_rut_reclaim_invoice (20260907160300) with a resume path; update-stage settle failures keep the voucher id (failed_partial); Stockholm calendar date for the booking; existing-voucher tab uses the same proposal method; MCP stage checks bank_line junction rows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01D9wvsGnvu5tHGqYnJnjnaB * fix(rot-rut): carry the voucher id through the match outcome type; date the reclaim on the beslut - The shared match outcome now declares journalEntryId on update-stage errors, matching the settle service (Core Build TS2339 on 2d6cece1a). - The reclaim voucher is dated on the Swedish calendar day of Skatteverkets beslut (decided_at), today only when no decision date is recorded, and the confirm dialog states the date (Swedish accounting review: BFL 5 kap 6-7 §, datum for affarshandelsen). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01D9wvsGnvu5tHGqYnJnjnaB * fix(rot-rut): reclaim RPCs validate the share and derive the invoice state; idempotent revert; v1 credit guard reads the column - apply_rot_rut_reclaim_invoice (20260907160400 replaces the 160300 signature) takes only the refused share, validates it against the locked item, request and invoice, and derives remaining_amount and status from the INSERT-guard formula (review: caller-supplied accounting values, CWE-862). revert_rot_rut_reclaim_invoice mirrors it for a reversed reclaim voucher; the request link is cleared only after every leg. - v1 credit route projection includes deduction_reclaimed_total so the reclaim guard actually fires there. - Overview keeps "Bokfor nekat belopp" available while legs are pending (resume after a partial failure). - Match and settle routes attach journal_entry_id on update-stage errors. feat(salary): repay utlägg with the salary as a tax-free payslip line (#2361)
* feat(salary): repay utlägg with the salary as a tax-free payslip line (#2331) - expense_reimbursement line type: kostnadsersättning outside gross, tax, avgifter and the AGI. The engine adds tax-free reimbursements (utlägg, skattefritt traktamente, skattefri milersättning) to the net payout only. - booking debits the claim's liability account (2820) on top of gross, never a 7xxx cost; a run that only repays utlägg posts 2820 D / 1930 K instead of being treated as a nollkörning - salary_line_items.source_expense_claim_id (tenant-scoped FK, cascade, one payslip line per claim); settle_expense_claims_via_salary_run marks the claims paid with an expense_payout_batches row pointing at the salary verifikat, no second verifikat, idempotent on retry; wired into bookLoadedRun and the v1 book route with a pre-check before posting - create_expense_payout_batch refuses claims scheduled on a payslip (ON_PAYSLIP); deleteExpenseClaim refuses once the run has left draft - "Lägg till utlägg" on the employee row of a draft run; the payslip page labels and removes the lines - pg-real: tests/pg/utlagg-via-lon.pg.test.ts + ON_PAYSLIP case Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01LvMaHcTnwAfxzgYD1fGYX1 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): PR #2361 review: claim delete cannot cascade into a booked payslip; AGI excludes the utlägg line - salary_line_items_source_expense_claim_fkey is ON DELETE RESTRICT (edited in the unmerged 20260906210300): the database refuses to delete a claim a payslip line still references, whichever path issues the DELETE - deleteExpenseClaim removes the draft line first (before the storno) and keeps refusing with ON_PAYSLIP once the run has left draft - pg-real: delete refused with 23503 on a booked and on a draft run; the app order (line, then claim) succeeds - unit: AGI builder keeps FK011/FK001/FK487 and emits no benefit field for an expense_reimbursement line (FK011 derives from sre.gross_salary; only benefit_* types are read from line items) Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01LvMaHcTnwAfxzgYD1fGYX1 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Jakob Wennberg <311770904+jakobwennberg-oss@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(reconciliation): suggest and book Skatteverkets bundled ROT/RUT payout against several begäran (#2360)
* feat(reconciliation): suggest and book Skatteverkets bundled ROT/RUT payout against several begäran Skatteverket decides per begäran but pays everything it decided that day in one transfer, so the bank row often equals no single open begäran and the 1:1 matcher from #2271 stayed silent; the settle service then refused the amount and the dialog told the user to split the transaction by hand. The candidate is now the exact covering set of 1..4 open begäran whose expected payouts sum to the row (lib/invoices/rot-rut-payout-set-matching.ts, over the existing findExactCoveringSet, ambiguity-refusing). It is computed at read time from the open pool (inbox page, worklist, ingest), no hint column. Confirming books ONE voucher (debit 19xx, one 1513 credit per begäran) through the same writer, marks every begäran paid and links the row once; a bundle is always booked at exactly the decided sums. - match-rot-rut-payout accepts request_ids (1..10) beside request_id - settleRotRutPayoutRequestSet shares the single path's tail - createRotRutPayoutSetEntry; createRotRutPayoutEntry delegates (N=1 unchanged) - inbox pill, RotRutPayoutMatchDialog, Att göra and ingest handle the set - new error code ROT_RUT_SETTLE_SET_AMOUNT; sv/en strings for the set Closes #2239 Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01LvMaHcTnwAfxzgYD1fGYX1 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): PR #2360 review: partially decided begäran stays partially_paid in a bundle The bundle path booked every leg as fully paid and mirrored requested_amount onto every begäran's items, while the single path completes a begäran only when the leg covers requested_total and otherwise leaves it partially_paid for manual handling. A begäran Skatteverket decided at less than requested is a legitimate bundle member (its leg is the beslut, the exact-sum rule is unchanged), so the set path now computes fullyPaid per leg exactly like the single path, passes it to the shared attachSettlementVoucher, and mirrors only the fully paid legs; sibling hints are still cleared for every settled begäran, which carries a voucher and is no longer matchable either way. feat(supplier-invoices): Inlagd i banken mark for payments entered by hand (#2220) (#2356)
A user who types payments into the internet bank instead of uploading a
betalfil had no way to see which invoices were already handled. Adds a
nullable supplier_invoices.bank_entered_at, a POST
/api/supplier-invoices/{id}/bank-entered route, a labelled checkbox on
the list (trailing slot, once attested) and on the detail header, and a
BEFORE UPDATE trigger that clears the mark when a payment lands, so
every payment path (mark-paid, bank match, v1, MCP) retires it without
knowing it exists. Markera som betald stays a separate action.

feat(supplier-invoices): "Vem betalade?" control replaces the paid privately switch and books an open utlägg (#2362)
The supplier-invoice form asks who paid with the same control as the Underlag pane (Företaget / Jag, privat / En anställd / Ingen ännu) instead of its own switch under Förval. A person paying is an utlägg: the route hands the invoice to registerExpenseClaim with the invoice's kontering as the claim's lines, so the verifikat and the expense_claims row come from the same writer as the Underlag pane, the person shows up under "Betala ut utlägg" on Hem and the bank matcher closes the debt. Employees book on 2820 with employee_id; the owner's blank name falls back to the shared label so Hem groups one person. Also routes a person-paid inbox document through the core route with inbox_item_id: the extension's convert endpoint never read paid_with_private_funds, so the old switch was silently dropped whenever a receipt was attached. The second entry generator, the Förval switch, the outline "Registrera & markera som betald" button and the duplicated owner/employee picker are removed; PayerChoiceSelect and the claimant fields move to components/expenses so core and the extension share them. feat(parties): fill customer and supplier forms from the register on a valid org number (#2355)
The registry lookup was built for rows that already exist (the detail page's "Hämta uppgifter" records facts on the row's party), so on the create form people typed what SCB already knew. Org number now comes first in both forms; a complete, check-digit valid number of a Swedish legal person is looked up once and fills name, address, postal code, city (and the VAT number where the form shows one) wherever nothing has been typed. A typed value is never replaced; a corrected number replaces only its own earlier fill. A personnummer never reaches the register (client key and server gate), and an environment without SCB credentials answers 503 once and the form stays quiet. - GET /api/parties/registry?org_number=: read-only route over the same SCB client, credential gate and registrySummary reader as the enrich route; writes nothing. - lib/parties/registry-form-fill.ts: registryLookupKey (one rule for what may be looked up) and registryFormFill (contactFill's untouched rule plus name and VAT number), pure and tested. - components/parties/use-registry-autofill.ts + RegistryAutofillNote: debounced, once per distinct number, skips the number an edit dialog opened with, one muted line under the field. - Adressrad 2 is now an input on both forms: the register's c/o goes on line 1 with the street on line 2, as on the row, and both edit dialogs already passed the column in. feat(expenses): repay utlägg from the bank line (#2333)
* feat(expenses): repay utlägg from the bank line
The transfer that repays a person's registered utlägg is now booked from
the bank inbox (or one click on Hem) instead of ahead of it: the payout RPC
takes the unbooked bank transaction, requires an SEK outflow equal to the
claims' total to the öre, posts liability D / 19xx K, marks the claims paid
and links the row in one locked transaction. The same transfer can no
longer be booked twice (once by "Betala ut", once by categorising the row).
- create_expense_payout_batch(..., p_transaction_id): old signature dropped
so a 6-argument call cannot become ambiguous; refusals TX_NOT_FOUND,
TX_ALREADY_BOOKED, TX_CURRENCY, TX_AMOUNT_MISMATCH
- POST /api/transactions/[id]/match-expense-payout { claim_ids }
- lib/expenses/expense-payout-candidates: pure per-person grouping and
outflow pairing (one person per amount; shared totals are skipped)
- Hem suggested matches gain kind 'expense_payout'; the inbox row gets a
primary "Bokför återbetalning av utlägg till {name}" and a two-leg confirm

* feat(expenses): close the utlägg gaps: claim picker, foreign VAT, enskild firma
- "Matcha mot utlägg" in the inbox row menu: pick the person and the
receipts a transfer covers when the exact-amount pairing missed it. The
picked sum must equal the row to the öre; the same RPC books it.
- A foreign receipt defaults VAT to 0 in the Underlag dialog with a note:
foreign VAT is not deductible on 2641.
- Enskild firma: a claim on 2018 is egen insättning, not a debt. Excluded
from Att göra, the attention resource, suggestions and the picker; a
payout for it debits 2013 (eget uttag), never 2018. Copy in the pane and
the dialog says so.

feat(invoices): choose the first invoice date on recurring schedules (#2338)
* feat(invoices): choose the first invoice date on recurring schedules A yearly or quarterly recurring schedule had no way to say which month it bills in: the dialog exposed interval and day of month only, so a yearly schedule created in September always fired in September. The phase of a schedule is fully defined by its first run date, which the table already stores as next_run_date and the create API already accepted as start_date but nothing exposed. - Dialog: new date field (first invoice date on create, next invoice date on edit), prefilled with the next natural occurrence so the default is "no offset"; kept in step with day of month both ways; shows the following three run dates so the phase is visible. Sent as start_date on create and as next_run_date on edit only when the user actually re-phased. - API: create validates start_date (on the day_of_month grid, not in the past); update accepts next_run_date (on the grid for the effective day, strictly after today in Stockholm) and lets it win over the automatic recompute a day change or reactivation does. - Staged operations / MCP: start_date documented as the phase; update tool gains next_run_date. Commit executor rejects off-grid dates and rolls a date that went stale before approval forward on its own grid. - lib/invoices/recurring-run-date.ts: pure, client-safe grid helpers shared by the dialog, the routes, the executors and the cron service. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01PqkDCm4nhPZda2ft5WpRNC * fix(invoices): validate schedule dates at MCP staging, use Stockholm's calendar in the dialog Resolves the skeptic and CI findings on #2338 in one pass: - MCP staging tools now apply the same grid and past/future rules as the routes to start_date and next_run_date, so the preview a human approves is exactly what the commit executor writes (previously an off-grid date staged fine and failed at approval, and a past next_run_date was rolled to another date silently). - The dialog computes today and the default first invoice date in Europe/Stockholm instead of the browser's zone, matching the server; getStockholmDateHour moved to the client-safe module and is re-exported from the service. - gnubok_update_recurring_schedule description trimmed under the 280-char limit while keeping the clamping and Stockholm phrases the registration test requires. feat(settings): let a company name each verifikationsserie letter (#2336)
* feat(settings): let a company name each verifikationsserie letter
The series pickers show a fixed preset label next to every letter (A
Redovisning ... M Momsrapport, Fortnox's layout). A byrå that lays its
series out differently sees a wrong or missing name in every dropdown: a
partner running löner on L saw "Kontantfaktura" in the verifikat form and
asked for the series name.
- company_settings.voucher_series_labels JSONB ({"L": "Lön"}), keys A-Z,
values 1 to 40 chars, CHECK on the JSON shape. Display only; the engine
never reads it.
- UpdateSettingsSchema validates the map, trims names and strips empty
values so a cleared field removes the name.
- voucherSeriesLabel(letter, labels) is the one place that decides what a
letter is called: company name, then preset, then empty.
buildVoucherSeriesOptions replaces the three near-identical option
builders in the verifikat form and the two settings pickers.
- The Verifikationsserier list in settings edits the names: rows are the
union of used, configured and named letters, one save button.
- The SIE import review's two series pickers show the name too.
Migration applied to staging (metjnjrhvujscngnpzdv) as 20260906131300.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01QBj3hzDUb8sgtxTvyAjFWC
* fix(settings): keep imported series in the list and unsaved names through a refetch
Skeptic pass on the series-name editor refuted two things:
- The rewritten list filtered voucher_sequences to single letters, dropping
multi-character series (FT, LB, SKV, ...) that 54 production companies
carry over from Fortnox and Bokio imports; the old list showed them with
their highest number. Rows are now every used series plus the configured
and named letters; only single-letter series get a name input, since
those are what the pickers offer and the schema accepts.
- The draft re-seeded on the identity of settings.voucher_series_labels,
and the settings hook revalidates on window focus with a fresh object, so
unsaved typing was wiped after any earlier save on the page. The re-seed
is now keyed on the serialized content of the saved names.
Also folds the "new series are created on first use" footnote back into
the group help, which the rewrite had dropped.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01QBj3hzDUb8sgtxTvyAjFWC
* fix(settings): name the default-series options and enforce the label shape in the database
Review pass on #2336:
- CodeRabbit: the Standardserie selector under Bokföring still rendered
bare letters; it now shows the same name the other pickers do, through
voucherSeriesLabel.
- Compliance swarm (SOC 2 PI1.1, low): the key and length rules for
voucher_series_labels lived only in UpdateSettingsSchema. Migration
20260906134700 adds voucher_series_labels_valid(jsonb) and swaps the
object-only CHECK for one that mirrors the Zod rules (keys A-Z, values
non-blank strings of at most 40 characters), so a write that bypasses
/api/settings cannot store a map the pickers cannot handle. Applied to
staging with its schema_migrations row; verified against good, empty,
lowercase, blank, over-long, numeric and array inputs.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01QBj3hzDUb8sgtxTvyAjFWC
* test(pg): cover the voucher_series_labels CHECK against real Postgres
The coverage gate refuses a migration that adds a function without a
*.pg.test.ts. voucher_series_labels_valid(jsonb) and the constraint that
wraps it now have one: accepts the empty map and single-letter keys with
names of 1 to 40 characters, rejects lowercase and multi-letter keys,
blank, over-long, numeric and null values, arrays and scalars, and leaves
the row untouched after a refused write.

fix(payments): refuse to book a bank row that unlinked vouchers already explain (#2300)
* fix(payments): refuse to book a bank row that unlinked vouchers already explain A bank feed can deliver several affarshandelser as one row (a Bankgirot daily aggregate: two customers' invoices, one "BGGIRERING" row with no payer). When each invoice was already marked paid by hand, nothing on the account equals the row, the 1:1 duplicate check passes, and "Dela betalning" books the money a second time against whatever open invoices the user picks (the next period's identical ones, in the reported case). - lib/reconciliation/covering-set.ts: exact ore subset sum over a capped candidate list, smallest set first, closest in date second. - detectExplainingVoucherSet(+ForTransaction): the vouchers whose bank legs on the row's settlement account, in the row's direction, within 7 days, add up exactly to the row; linked through any of the three anchors drops a voucher, a payment row without a bank transaction keeps it. - POST match-batch refuses with BATCH_TX_POSSIBLE_DUPLICATE and returns the set; force=true must echo expected_journal_entry_ids (same binding as the single door). Fails open on a detection error. - GET duplicate-payment-check returns candidate_set next to candidate. - MatchAllocationDialog: pre-flight panel with the vouchers, one click links the row to them through the existing 1:1 or 1:N bank link (no new voucher), "Bokfor anda" acknowledges the set; confirm is disabled until then. Invoices dated after the bank row get a hint badge. - Mark-paid guard: aggregate sweep (row = this invoice + an exact subset of other open invoices, 7 days, kronor) when the name sweeps found nothing; PaymentBookingDialog shows the covered invoice numbers and points to the split under Transaktioner. Follow-ups: #2293 (1:N proposals in the auto-matcher), #2294 (MCP staging guard), #2299 (supplier-side text guard). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NyjeEi1U8vnuPT4QXgayXu * test(invoices): account for the aggregate sweep in the mark-paid route queue The sweep issues one more transactions query whenever the name probes come back empty, so every queued-mock sequence that reaches it gains a slot. The sweep itself now fails open on odd client shapes (a single object for a list query) and on errors: an advisory guard must never block "Markera som betald". Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NyjeEi1U8vnuPT4QXgayXu * fix(payments): fail open on resolved query errors; aggregate sweep without a payer name Review follow-ups on #2300. A PostgREST failure resolves with { data: null, error } instead of throwing, so the set detector read a failed link lookup as "no links" and a failed cash-account lookup as "scan every 19xx account"; both now return null (the booking RPC keeps the last word). The aggregate sweep never needed a customer name (a Bankgirot row names nobody), so a nameless invoice goes straight to it instead of skipping the guard. The already-booked panel is announced as a live region, and the "also covers" string is plural-aware. feat(salary): recurring payroll lines per employee (#2042) (#2044)
* feat(salary): recurring payroll lines per employee (#2042) A standing per-employee payslip row derived into every salary run inside its validity window, e.g. a benefit-bike bruttolöneavdrag of -670 kr/month. Mirrors the employee_benefits pattern end to end: - employee_recurring_lines table with RLS, audit + updated_at triggers, and a salary_line_items.source_recurring_line_id back-link; amount sign and account format enforced by CHECKs - run-calculation step 8d3 derives rows with flags computed from the item type (gross deductions reduce tax + AGA bases, net deductions post-tax); derived rows are excluded from the manual-line set like benefit rows - CRUD routes under /api/salary/employees/[id]/recurring-lines with the same 401/403/404/400 contract as the benefits routes - EmployeeRecurringLinesPanel on the employee page, sv/en strings - registered in the BFL full-archive export Closes #2042 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): address #2044 review: feed recurring rows to the engine, guard deletes - Derived recurring rows are now appended to the calculateSalary lineItems set: they were inserted into salary_line_items but excluded from the in-memory calculation, so a recurring deduction never affected the payslip math (CodeRabbit, major). - DELETE deactivates a line that has derived rows instead of hard-deleting: ON DELETE SET NULL would turn a draft run's derived row into an apparent manual row that recalculation keeps forever; deactivation preserves the provenance link and lets the next recalculation drop the draft rows (CodeRabbit, major). The panel hides inactive lines. - POST employee lookup uses maybeSingle and answers 500 on lookup failure, 404 only on zero rows. - Panel: try/finally releases loading/submitting on network failure, and a request sequence guard stops a stale load from overwriting a newer list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): move employee_recurring_lines off 20260830140000, which upstream now occupies Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): bind employee_id to company_id with a composite FK (review) The dimensions pattern: UNIQUE (id, company_id) on employees plus a composite FK, so RLS company scoping cannot be sidestepped by pointing a recurring line at another company's employee (IDOR, CWE-639). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): address review: deductions only, race-free delete, engine and pg tests Review round on #2044: - Blocker: recurring 'other' additions removed from the whitelist, the migration CHECK and the panel. calculateSalary only treats ADDITION_TYPES as additions, so a recurring taxable addition rendered on the payslip without entering gross, tax, AGA or AGI. Re-add only together with engine support (recorded in DECISIONS.md). - Delete race: salary_line_items.source_recurring_line_id is now NO ACTION instead of SET NULL; the DELETE route deletes first and falls back to deactivation on 23503, so a deletion racing a concurrent derivation can never orphan a derived row into an apparent manual row. NO ACTION defers to statement end, so company-deletion cascades are unaffected. - Correction runs copy source_benefit_id / source_recurring_line_id, so recalculating a correction no longer derives the copied rows a second time (pre-existing for benefits, now pinned). - Engine tests: gross_deduction_other through calculateSalary asserts gross, taxable income and avgifterBasis drop while the semester base stays; net_deduction_union only moves the paid-out net. - pg-real tests for the new table: RLS membership, composite FK cross-company refusal, deduction-only CHECKs, and the NO ACTION back-link blocking deletes of derived-into lines. - Nice-to-haves: POST rounds the stored amount to ore, the redundant single-column employees FK is dropped (composite carries the cascade), the schemas.ts comment references the real migration version, and the panel explains the validity-window semantics (payment date, bounds inclusive, no proration). - Rebased onto main; the phantom-columns ceiling re-measured at 395 on the merged tree. - DECISIONS.md records the vacation-basis judgment call (semester base not reduced by recurring gross deductions). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): gate recurring-line writes on the writer role, 404 unmatched deletes Two findings from the 2026-09-02 review round: - Superagent P1: the write policies were membership-only, so a read-only viewer could write recurring payroll deductions straight through PostgREST, bypassing the route's requireWrite. The table now carries aa_enforce_company_writer_role, the same gate 20260902093000 attaches to every company-scoped table (it also fires inside SECURITY DEFINER bodies, where RLS does not apply). The migration is re-versioned to 20260902140000 so the function exists when a fresh database replays the folder in order. - CodeRabbit: a filtered DELETE reports no error when nothing matches, so an unknown or cross-company line answered 200 deleted: true. The delete now selects the removed row and answers 404 when it is null. Tests: pg-real asserts a viewer is refused insert, update and delete with 42501 while the row survives unchanged, plus a non-member case; the route tests pin the 404. 896 salary tests green, rebased on main. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(salary): pin the recurring-line payload column sets Answers the phantom-column ceiling finding with scoped assertions rather than a bare ceiling raise: the PATCH route test now asserts the exact writable column set, and the comment records that the pg-real test covers the derived-row shape against the real table. Making the PATCH payload a literal would turn a partial update into last-write-wins, which is why the shape stays unresolved. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): round recurring line amounts with roundOre check:guards naive-ore-round ratchet: the derived recurring row used Math.round(x * 100) / 100 (baseline 615, +1); roundOre is already imported in run-calculation.ts. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): guard the employees unique-key add against #2145 merge order #2145 (expense claims) also adds employees_id_company_id_key. Wrap this migration's ADD CONSTRAINT in an idempotent DO block so whichever of the two PRs merges second does not fail on a duplicate constraint. feat(rot-rut): match Skatteverket's payout against the begäran from the bank row (#2271)
* feat(rot-rut): match Skatteverket's payout against the begäran from the bank row A ROT/RUT invoice is stored with remaining_amount net of the deduction, so once the customer pays it flips to paid and drops out of the matchable set. Skatteverket's payout for the 1513 share then lands as an income row with no candidate: the only clearing path was a headless settle endpoint that never linked the bank row. The candidate is the payout request (one lump sum per begäran, possibly covering several invoices), modelled exactly like the supplier-invoice hint: - migration 20260904020000: transactions.potential_rot_rut_payout_request_id - pure matcher (exact amount vs decided_total ?? requested_total, boosted when Skatteverket is named, ambiguous when two requests share the amount) - hint written at bank ingest and by batch-match-invoices; cleared by the link and reconciliation paths and by clearSettledInvoiceSuggestions - shared settle service (lib/invoices/rot-rut-settle.ts) used by the existing settle route and the new POST /api/transactions/[id]/match-rot-rut-payout, which books debit 19xx / credit 1513 and links the row in one call - transactions inbox pill, own confirm dialog listing the covered invoices, manual fallback section in the invoice picker, worklist and Att göra rows Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01HmEpYNMHycUPzSwBECEzZ5 Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(rot-rut): cap the payout at the begäran, CAS on the request and on stale pointers Skeptic findings on 6aa7b2e5c: - a bank row larger than the begäran was booked in full, driving 1513 into a credit balance and rewriting decided_total to the bank amount: refuse amount > decided_total ?? requested_total in the service and block the dialog's confirm with the reason - two concurrent settles could both attach and credit 1513 twice: the request update now locks on settlement_journal_entry_id IS NULL and the loser returns ROT_RUT_SETTLE_RACE (409) with its orphan voucher id - a row with a stale (reversed) journal_entry_id passed the route guard but always lost the null-only link CAS: the route forwards the pointer it read and the service locks on that value, as link-journal-entry does - the pinned underlag on the bank row now propagates onto the voucher Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01HmEpYNMHycUPzSwBECEzZ5 Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(rot-rut): review round: SEK gate, voucher-less paid matchable, hint-write errors, one live voucher per begäran CodeRabbit findings on a93dc46b8, one batch: - picker and dialog only offer a begäran to SEK rows (the route refuses other currencies, so the manual flow no longer dead-ends) - a voucher-less `paid` request (beslut recorded via PATCH, money not yet booked) is matchable; settled means a settlement voucher exists - ingest and batch-match check the hint update's error before draining the pool or counting the match - the invoice.match_confirmed payload clears the payout hint like the row - migration 20260904021000: partial unique index on journal_entries (company_id, source_id) for live rot_rut_payout entries, so two racing settles cannot both book a voucher; pg test included Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01HmEpYNMHycUPzSwBECEzZ5 Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> --------- Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(migrations): re-issue the invoice payee migrations skipping migration-reset source companies (#2260)
* fix(migrations): re-issue the invoice payee migrations skipping migration-reset source companies #2233 merged, but its first migration (20260903150000) failed on prod at the backfill's INSERT into invoice_payee_defaults: ERROR: Archived migration reset source records are immutable (P0001) The insert fires the SECURITY DEFINER mirror into company_settings, and one of the companies with a legacy payment map is a migration-reset source, whose rows are immutable by trigger. The migration rolled back as a whole, prod has neither table nor column, and every migration merged after it is queued behind the failure. Same fix as #2249 used for the country backfill: both entry branches of the backfill now skip companies present in company_migration_resets, and both files are re-issued under fresh versions (20260904010000 and 20260904011000) so Supabase applies them in order after everything that landed today. The failed versions never applied on prod, so no orphan; staging applied them by hand and its schema_migrations rows must be renamed to match (see DECISIONS.md). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): make the re-issued payee migrations rerunnable pg-upgrade builds from main, where the first issue (20260903150000) already ran, then applies the re-issued file on top: the composite UNIQUE constraint already existed. Every statement in both files is now guarded (constraint DO blocks, CREATE TABLE/INDEX IF NOT EXISTS, DROP POLICY / DROP TRIGGER IF EXISTS before each CREATE), so staging and the preview branches that applied the first issue take the re-issue cleanly too, and prod, which never applied it, is unaffected. feat(invoices): named payee accounts and per-invoice choice of bank account (#2233)
* fix(enable-banking): read BBAN from AccountIdentification.other and store it on the account Enable Banking has no top-level `bban` key on AccountIdentification: a Swedish BBAN (clearing + account number) arrives as `other.identification` with `other.scheme_name = 'BBAN'`, or in `all_account_ids`. The client typed `bban?: string` and read `.bban`, so the value was always undefined: no connected account ever carried its clearing + account number, and domestic counterparty accounts on transactions were dropped. Type the identifiers per the OpenAPI spec, add extractBban() and pickAccountIdentifier(), read counterparty identifiers through the scheme list (IBAN, then BBAN/BGNR/PGNR, then anything), and store `bban` on StoredAccount from the OAuth callback. The external_id dedup scope stays IBAN-then-uid and is untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * feat(invoices): named payee accounts on cash_accounts with a default per currency A company had exactly one set of payment instructions per invoice currency (company_settings.invoice_payment_accounts), picked by currency alone. A second SEK bank account, or a second bankgiro number, had nowhere to live. cash_accounts is already the per-company bank-account entity. Migration 20260903150000 adds the payee fields (bankgiro, plusgiro, clearing + account number, BBAN, BIC, Swish, foreign routing) plus invoice_payee, a small invoice_payee_defaults table (one default account per currency; one account may be the default for several currencies, a SEK account with an IBAN is the usual EUR payee), and a SECURITY DEFINER mirror that rewrites the legacy map and the SEK bank columns from the default accounts. Every existing reader (PDF, email, reminders, v1, MCP) keeps working; the three writers that only touched legacy columns (PUT /api/settings, v1 settings, MCP update_company_settings) now write through to the default account, so what an agent sets is what the PDF prints. Peppol PaymentMeans is built from the resolver instead of the raw legacy column. bg_pg is dropped (never read or written; NULL on every prod and staging row). Backfill lands only on existing cash accounts (primary, IBAN match, or the only enabled account in the currency). Entries with no target stay in the map as the resolver fallback and get an attach action in settings. New: POST /api/cash-accounts (manual bank account on the next free 19xx), PATCH /api/cash-accounts/[id] payee fields (owner/admin), GET/PUT /api/cash-accounts/payee-defaults. Settings page rewritten as an account list with per-currency defaults. Behandlingshistorik and the full archive cover the new table and columns. Verified on staging: migration applied (11 defaults landed), mirror trigger observed rewriting company_settings from a payee edit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * feat(invoices): choose which bank account an invoice is paid to, frozen at issue Migration 20260903160000 adds invoices.payment_cash_account_id (FK to cash_accounts, SET NULL) and invoices.payment_details, the payee fields frozen when the account is chosen and refreshed at issue. Resolver: resolveInvoicePaymentAccount / companyWithInvoicePaymentAccount / assertInvoicePaymentAccountForRender take an optional override, and hasRequiredInvoicePaymentAccount reads it from the invoice row, so every surface (PDF, Swish QR, email, reminders, payment confirmation, Peppol, recurring, staged MCP send) prints the frozen payee when one exists and the company default per currency otherwise. Invoices that never chose an account behave exactly as before. Issue paths (mark-sent, send, v1 send, v1 mark-sent, Peppol send, recurring, MCP send and mark-sent) refresh the snapshot from the account as it is at issue; a chosen account that is disabled, un-flagged or unusable for the currency blocks with INVOICE_SEND_PAYMENT_ACCOUNT_INVALID. Writers: dashboard POST/PATCH, v1 create/update and MCP create_invoice accept payment_cash_account_id and validate it against the company's payee accounts (INVOICE_PAYEE_ACCOUNT_INVALID). Credit notes inherit the original's payee; copies carry the choice; preview-pdf renders the chosen account. The editor shows "Betalas till" under the currency when the company has two or more usable payee accounts for that currency. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * feat(invoices): book manual payments on the invoice's chosen bank account Manual mark-paid (dashboard, v1, MCP gnubok_mark_invoice_as_paid) and the booking dialog's proposed lines debited 1930 regardless of which bank account the invoice asked to be paid to. They now resolve the chosen payee account's ledger account (resolveInvoiceSettlementAccount) and fall back to 1930 only when no account was chosen or the row is gone. Bank-transaction matching keeps debiting the account the money landed on and does not filter by the chosen account; between equal-confidence candidates it prefers the invoice that asked to be paid to the landing account. Scores are untouched, so nothing new auto-matches. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * chore(invoices): keep the payload-size and phantom-column ceilings after the payee work Shorten the new gnubok_create_invoice argument description (tools/list payload was 29 bytes over the 60 kB budget), inline the cash-account payee UPDATE/INSERT payloads and the settings select strings as literals so the phantom-column scanner can read their columns, and reuse ACCOUNT_NUMBER_RE instead of a hand-rolled copy. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * fix(invoices): harden the payee model after review (admin-only payee columns, separate payee IBAN, company-scoped FK) Review findings from CodeRabbit, Superagent, the Swedish accounting review and three skeptic passes, resolved in one batch: Schema (both migrations are unshipped and edited in place): - cash_accounts.payee_iban: the printed IBAN is its own column. iban stays the bank identity written by every sync and used to re-pair on reconnect, so a sync can no longer rewrite an invoice instruction or resurrect a cleared IBAN. The backfill copies each currency entry verbatim onto the target account (IBAN match first, then primary), so every invoice keeps printing exactly what it printed before; the bank IBAN is never pushed onto invoices that did not carry one. - Payee columns are owner/admin-only at the database (BEFORE trigger, service role exempt): cash_accounts is member-writable for bank sync, and the SECURITY DEFINER mirror would otherwise have let a member rewrite where customers pay. - Revoking an account as payee or disabling it drops its defaults; deleting a default drops that currency from the map and clears the legacy SEK columns (an admin saying "nothing to print" must not keep printing a closed account). The mirror leaves the legacy SEK columns alone when the map has no SEK entry, so legacy-only companies are never wiped by a mirror run for another currency. - Audit and mirror triggers fire on the same column set; anon and authenticated can no longer execute the trigger-only definer functions. - invoices.payment_cash_account_id is a composite same-company FK with SET NULL scoped to the account column. Code: - Only 19xx bank accounts can be payee: PATCH, the defaults PUT (which now also requires enabled, payee-flagged and usable for the currency), resolveInvoicePayeeChoice, and the mark-paid settlement resolver (which also refuses disabled rows and logs every fallback to 1930). - createManualBankAccount excludes every ledger slot any row already holds (findFreeLedgerAccount treats a manual holder as free; this path inserts). - The legacy settings writers (PUT /api/settings, v1, MCP) write through to the account BEFORE updating company_settings and fail the request on error; the account is written before it is adopted as default so the mirror never sees an empty payee. - snapshotInvoicePayee: dry runs no longer persist; a failed snapshot write blocks issue (INVOICE_PAYEE_SNAPSHOT_FAILED). v1 mark-sent/mark-paid projections carry the payee columns; v1 create validates the payee before the dry-run return and echoes it in the preview. - pickAccountIdentifier: supplementary IBAN wins over a primary BBAN, and non-account schemes (card PANs) are never persisted. - Editor shows the payee select for a single usable account with no default; the booking dialog waits for cash accounts before proposing lines; a failed default write no longer hides a created account. - Behandlingshistorik names the account on created/deleted defaults. - Regenerated skills/accounted-api; MCP argument description trimmed under the tools/list payload ceiling. Declined: clearing legacy columns via a forward migration (the mirror now does it on delete); Swedish review's "show the debit account in the mark-paid UI" (the booking dialog already proposes and lets the user edit the debit line); manual ledger collision (UNIQUE exists, and the create path now rejects it with a clear error); Peppol aligning to the PDF value for companies whose legacy column had drifted from the map (the PDF is the customer-facing document; both now agree). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * fix(invoices): read NEW.invoice_payee only on the cash_accounts branch of the mirror trigger trg_mirror_invoice_payee_defaults fires for both tables; plpgsql resolves record fields per expression, so the combined condition failed with "record new has no field invoice_payee" whenever a default row changed, which took down every pg-real case on the payee tables. The revoke/disable check now sits inside its own TG_TABLE_NAME branch. The MCP settings executor test mocks the payee write-through like the settings route test already does. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * fix(invoices): keep member disables from revoking payee defaults, gate payee on 1920-1999, fit the MCP payload Cycle 3 of /resolve-pr on #2233. Superagent P1: the SECURITY DEFINER mirror trigger deleted an admin's invoice_payee_defaults rows whenever cash_accounts.enabled flipped to false, and enabled is member-writable (the bank picker's "Synkas ej"), so a member could undo an admin's payee decision. The trigger now drops defaults only on the admin-only invoice_payee true -> false revoke; the mirror trigger's WHEN no longer lists enabled. Disabled accounts stay out of the pick lists and the send gate already refuses an invoice that chose one. Applied to staging as the same function + trigger definition and probed inside a rolled-back block: disable keeps the default and the mirrored bankgiro, revoke clears both. pg-real: the admin-guard test ran three expectations inside one withUserContext transaction; the first raise aborted it and the next statement failed with "current transaction is aborted". One transaction per expectation now, and the member case also flips enabled to prove the column stays member-level. Swedish review: payee eligibility was /^19\d\d$/, which admits 1910 Kassa and the 1911-1919 tills. A customer pays to a giro or bank account, so isBankCashAccount, CreateCashAccountSchema.ledger_account and the PATCH route now require BAS 1920-1999; tests cover 1910 and 1919. Unit tests (3/4): the tools/list payload guard read 60 025, then 60 014 tokens after main merged #2166 and #2163 alongside this branch. The ceiling is not bumped and no read on this surface is a demotion candidate, so gnubok_create_invoice drops payment_cash_account_id; agent-created invoices print the per-currency default and v1 REST plus the editor keep the field. Recorded in DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * chore(migrations): move invoices_payment_cash_account to 20260903183000 after colliding with main's KPI migration origin/main merged 20260903160000_kpi_monthly_include_reversed_originals while this branch held the same version; identical versions abort the Supabase apply. Staging's schema_migrations row was moved to the new version with the file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * fix(invoices): gate invoice_payee on BAS 1920-1999 at the database, and unblock the typecheck ratchet Cycle 4 of /resolve-pr on #2233, on Emil's go. Swedish review: the 1920-1999 payee rule lived only in the routes. The cash_accounts_payee_admin_only trigger now also refuses invoice_payee on any other ledger (INVOICE_PAYEE_ACCOUNT_INVALID, 23514), whoever writes it, and the backfill only targets giro/bank rows, so a company whose single enabled cash_accounts row is a Stripe clearing account keeps its legacy bankgiro in company_settings instead of landing it on 1686. pg test covers insert and update on 1686 and 1910; the function was applied to staging and probed. Typecheck ratchet: main is red from two merges that landed with failing Checks, and every branch that syncs it inherits the errors. - #2242 added POST(req) calls to the fiscal-periods route test without the route params argument withRouteContext handlers take (25 errors in the file, baseline 23). All 25 calls now pass createMockRouteParams({}). - #2247 made SyncResult.requestedFromDate and historyNarrowed required; the 13 mockedSync results in the enable-banking accounts-route test lacked them. They now carry a fixed date and historyNarrowed: false. Both files' tests pass unchanged in behaviour. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(migrations): move invoices_payment_cash_account to 20260903193000 after colliding with main's party_promotion origin/main merged 20260903183000_party_promotion while this branch held the same version. Staging's schema_migrations row must follow (pending: the Supabase MCP was disconnected at the time of this commit). fix(payroll): require jamkning valid_to on every write path (#2058) (#2240)
* fix(payroll): require jamkning valid_to on every write path (#2058) A jamkningsbeslut saved through the v1 API or MCP with a percentage and a start date but no end date was stored and returned 200, yet the engine (isJamkningValid) never applies a beslut without both dates: the payslip and the AGI carried the table tax while the caller believed the beslut was live. One shared validator (lib/salary/jamkning-rules.ts) now requires both dates whenever a percentage is set and checks their ordering. Every write path runs it: CreateEmployeeSchema and UpdateEmployeeSchema, the web POST and PATCH routes, the v1 PATCH route (its private copy is deleted), the MCP create and update executors in employee-commands, and the MCP update tool preflights the merged row at staging time so the agent sees the error before approval. The update paths keep the existing touched gate, so legacy rows stored without valid_to stay editable in unrelated ways. The MCP tool descriptions state that both dates are required for the beslut to apply. scripts/list-incomplete-jamkning.ts lists the existing rows (percentage set, valid_to null) per company, read-only; setting an end date or clearing the beslut is decided per company since either changes the next payslip. Declined: defaulting valid_to to 31 December of the from-year. It matches most beslut but silently changes withholding on rows that today do nothing. Closes #2058 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0161fHpCX3rnWtidwwdGfCdB * fix(payroll): keep the jamkning PR inside the type and tools/list budgets CI on the first push failed on two ratchets this PR itself tripped: - Typecheck ratchet: the three staging tests added here reused the untyped 'agent_chat' actor literal the file already carried, which raised that file's error count above its baseline. They now pass { type: 'user' }. - tools/list payload budget: the first jamkning field descriptions on gnubok_create_employee and gnubok_update_employee pushed the projected catalog to 60 113 tokens against the 60 000 ceiling. The percentage fields keep a one-line "needs both dates or never applied" note; the date fields drop theirs. Also acts on the compliance swarm's GDPR Art.32 note: the read-only lister no longer selects employee names at all (the employee id is what the per-company decision needs), so the script touches no PII. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0161fHpCX3rnWtidwwdGfCdB * docs(mcp): say the jamkning percentage is rejected without both dates CodeRabbit on #2240: "never applied" described the pre-fix engine behaviour; the contract now is that a create or update with a percentage and a missing date is rejected before staging. Same length, so the tools/list payload budget is unchanged. The concurrency finding is tracked in #2256 instead of this PR. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): keep tools/list under budget after proforma landed on main After merging main (#2254 proforma fields) the projected tools/list measured 60 010 tokens against the 60 000 ceiling with this PR's two jamkning field notes. Per the budget test's own rule, demote a read tool instead of bumping the ceiling: gnubok_list_arsredovisning_versions goes search-only. Versions exist only once a report is rendered for signing or filing, which is the same switched-off iXBRL path as its sibling gnubok_get_arsredovisning_filing_status, already search-only since 2026-09-02. Still reachable via gnubok_call_tool. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(parties): fetch registry facts from SCB into the dossier, with a picker for parties without an org number (#2258)
* feat(parties): Kontakter register, suggestion queue, dossier and merge Phase 1's two surfaces on top of the parties substrate: - /parties page: one list with the five-way switch (Alla, Kunder, Leverantörer, Förslag, Bara i bokföringen), search, a 12-month/all period picker, and at most one attention line. Confirmed rows show roles as muted text, rhythm, underlag, dominant account and money. Observed rows are computed and never stored; a generic band keeps unattributed spend visible. - Suggestion queue: a reason per row, hard-key rows pre-ticked, bulk confirm behind one dialog, dismiss on hover, undo on the toast. - Dossier slide-over: Pengar, Bokföring, Vad Accounted vet (facts and identities with source and count), Underlag och verifikat, Historik. - Merge dialog with a visible, swappable survivor and undo. - API: GET /api/parties, GET /api/parties/[id], POST suggest, decide, decide/undo, merge, merge/undo (withRouteContext, Zod, 15 tests). - Migration 20260903090000: decide_parties snapshots the reason it clears; undo_party_decisions reverses confirm/dismiss within 30 days; decision kind 'undo'. - The pipeline runs after SIE import and provider migration (non-blocking) so a migrant's register is full on arrival. - Nav entry under Register; sv/en strings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): pass explicit interpolation values to next-intl next build's type check rejects a typed interface where the translator wants an index-signature record. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): retry label on the load-failed state Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): hard keys for companies without org number, readable names, look-alikes at read time - get_ledger_key_evidence dropped every document for a company whose own org number is NULL (the self check compared against NULL). Replaced in 20260903100000 with a coalesced comparison; pg test covers it. - Display names come from the printed name on documents, otherwise from the voucher text with the AP/AR prefix and supplier number removed. - Look-alike parties (same core, or one core extending the other by whole words: Fortnox / Fortnox Finans) are detected when the register is read, never stored, and feed the Dubblett? chip and the merge dialog. - Queue shows Intäkt beside Kostnad; dossier hides zero money rows and formats bankgiro/plusgiro; merge dialog cancels with Avbryt; no synchronous setState inside effects. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(parties): link every new supplier and customer to a party on write The backfill covered the rows that existed on 2026-09-02; 108 rows created since had no party and never reached the register. A BEFORE INSERT/UPDATE trigger on customers and suppliers now calls ensure_party on every write path at once: find-or-create by org number inside the company, never by name; a private customer gets a kind=person party without any number; a nameless row stays unlinked; a foreign party id is refused with the same error as the composite foreign key; a link to a merged party follows the chain to the survivor; the clear that ON DELETE SET NULL performs is kept. ensure_party lets the trigger act for the row's owner (pg_trigger_depth() > 0); the RPC path is unchanged. The migration also links the rows created since the backfill. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): dossier hides dismissed parties and follows merges to the survivor The register hid archived parties while the dossier still served them by id, and a merged party's dossier pointed at a dead row. Superagent P2 on #2206; three unit tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(parties): move the role-link migration past main's 20260903110000 Two files with one version would collide in schema_migrations. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(parties): confirm suggestions into Leverantörer and Kunder, no third noun Founder decision after the walkthrough: users know two words. The page becomes the queue 'Förslag från bokföringen' with 'Bara i bokföringen' beside it; the Kontakter nav entry and the Alla/Kunder/Leverantörer views go. Each suggestion shows what it becomes (Blir), read from the ledger side and changeable per row; confirming calls promote_parties, which creates the supplier and/or customer row from the party's facts, never a duplicate, and is undoable for 30 days through undo_party_promotions (the created rows are archived, the party returns to the queue). Leverantörer and Kunder carry the one attention line that leads here. The dossier offers Lägg upp som leverantör / som kund. Migration 20260903130000, 5 pg tests, route and unit tests updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): write bankgiro and plusgiro the way the supplier form does Identities are stored as digits; suppliers carry 5317-0900. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(parties): fetch registry facts from SCB into the dossier SCB granted API access today (certificate + password, layouts Je and Ae). This adds the first registry enricher of phase 3: - lib/parties/scb: config from env (SCB_API_CERT_PFX_BASE64, SCB_API_CERT_PASSWORD), an mTLS transport on node:https, the mapping of every documented Je variable to a labelled fact, and a client whose wire format sits in one file because SCB replaces the API this month. Legal persons only: a sole trader's org number is a personnummer. - Migration 20260903150000: record_party_facts(company, user, party, source, facts, fetched_at) refreshes unchanged values, supersedes changed ones, never touches other sources. pg test. - POST /api/parties/[id]/enrich: 503 when not configured, 400 for a sole trader, 502 when SCB fails, fills an empty legal name. 7 tests. - Dossier: 'Hämta uppgifter' button (gated on configuration) and the registry rows with 'SCB · datum' as their source line. - scripts/scb/discover.ts prints the live variable list, code tables and one lookup so the request shape is checked against the real API. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): SCB client on the live wire format, mapper on the real Je row Verified against the API on 2026-09-03: an identity lookup is one filter (Variabel 'OrgNr (10 siffror)', Operator ArLikaMed) without status keys, and the row carries '<name>, kod' beside SCB's own text. The mapper now reads those columns, prefers SCB's text, and adds turnover band, seat names and Skatteverket registration. The AB Volvo row is the fixture. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): registry legal name outranks the document one, never a person's Survivorship from the plan: user > registry > document. The dossier's legal-name row now carries 'SCB · datum' when the registry is the source. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): VAT number from the moms flag, one primary action, one source line Founder review of the SCB dossier: - A Swedish company registered for moms has VAT number SE + org number + 01 by construction, so the registry's moms flag yields the number; it fills an empty vat_number on the party and shows in the Momsnr row instead of 'Saknas'. - The 'Registrerad hos Skatteverket' row said nothing (true for every legal person) and is gone. - Five buttons became one primary (the role the ledger suggests) and a menu with the rest; the per-row 'SCB · datum' notes became one group line 'Från SCB · hämtat datum'. - A postal-code-only address (large companies) is labelled as such. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): do not repeat the county when it equals the municipality Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(parties): SCB picker for parties without an org number 'Hitta i företagsregistret' in the dossier menu opens a picker: SCB is searched on the party's name (prefix first, contains as fallback, counts before rows, capped at 25, natural persons and estates excluded, active companies first). The user chooses; the org number is recorded as a fact with source 'user' and set on the party, then the normal fetch runs, so every later fetch is by number. A number another live party holds is refused with a pointer to it. One match is still shown, never auto-picked. The transport retries once on a dropped connection (seen live). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): a picked org number shows in the queue's reason and counts as a hard key Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): SCB search tightened after a batch of real supplier names Twenty-five prod supplier names and twenty org numbers across every legal form went through the search and the lookup: - total is what the picker can offer, not SCB's raw count (Eismann counted one row and offered none, a natural person); - foreign legal forms stay in the query: they are part of the registered name and dropping them floods (Schmidt GmbH became 167 Schmidts); - a fusion or delning in progress is no longer a warning (Fortnox AB and Avanza Bank trade normally under 'Fusion pågår'); distress and disappearance codes still are. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(parties): move the four queue migrations past main's 20260903170000 Main merged 20260903120000_skattekonto_transactions_realtime_publication with the same version as the role-link trigger; the preview database refused the duplicate key. fix(customers): allow 0-day payment terms and say why the field is invalid (#2070) (#2251)
Typing "0" into Betalningsvillkor on a customer made the form silently unsavable: the form schema had min(1) and no error was rendered for the field, so the user saw nothing happen. 0 days is a real value (betalning direkt / vid mottagande), and the invoice schema already accepted it. Customer and supplier forms now validate whole days 0-365 and show the rule under the field; the API schemas (customer create/update, supplier) accept 0 the same way; and every `|| 30` fallback that would have turned a stored 0 back into 30 on edit or create is `?? 30`. fix(customers): make country ISO-2 everywhere and check it against the customer type (#2241)
* fix(customers): make country ISO-2 everywhere and check it against the customer type (#2025, #2028) customers.country and suppliers.country were read as ISO codes by the periodisk sammanstallning (SKV 5740), Peppol and the provider importers but written as English names by the customer form and the v1 API, so a correct German customer produced GERMANY811234567 in the SKV file plus two false warnings, and an EU customer saved with land Sverige got reverse charge with nothing objecting until after the invoice was sent. - lib/vat/country-codes.ts: one helper that normalises codes and the Swedish/English names the writers used to store, the country-vs-type rule (swedish_business = SE, eu_business = EU member other than SE that matches the VAT prefix, non_eu_business = outside the EU), and the reverse-charge country gate. - Writers: customer form and supplier form get a country select; internal REST, v1 REST, bulk-create, MCP create/update, CSV/Excel import and the provider migration mapper normalise to a code and refuse unknown text; the consistency rule is a form error and an API 400 (CUSTOMER_COUNTRY_MISMATCH on update). An omitted country is SE for Swedish types, derived from the VAT prefix for eu_business, required for non_eu_business. - vat-rules.ts: getVatRules and friends take the country as a third argument and grant reverse charge only for an EU country other than SE; every invoice/sales-order/MCP call site passes customer.country. - periodisk sammanstallning reads legacy names through the same helper. - Migration 20260903170000: normalize_country_code() SQL twin, country_raw rollback column on both tables, backfill of every non-code row; unknown text is left as-is. pg-real test for the function. Closes #2025, closes #2028 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01D5EmmndLyDCmY5NHYAvYkE * fix(customers): keep reverse charge for defaulted-SE EU rows, gate the country rule on the fields it reads, fix build Skeptic and CI findings on #2241, one pass: - Migration step 4: eu_business rows whose country was null or only the old writer default (SE) while the VAT number names another EU member take the country from the prefix. The pre-2026-09 rules granted reverse charge on type + VIES validation alone, so these rows invoiced at 0% and would have flipped to 25% on the next invoice. country_raw = '' marks a null origin; rollback uses nullif(country_raw, ''). - countryPermitsReverseCharge refuses SE only: a VIES-validated number outweighs a non-EU address (Swiss company registered in DE, Monaco with a FR number, Northern Ireland XI). - checkCountryConsistency: an eu_business outside the EU VAT area is accepted when the VAT prefix is an EU-trade registration (incl. XI); Monaco maps to the FR prefix. - Internal PATCH, MCP update and the commit executor judge the country rule only when customer_type, country or vat_number is part of the update, so a contradictory legacy row can still change its email (v1 already did). - Webshop-order customers get the order's billing country; spreadsheet import derives a missing country from the type and flags contradictions (parser row error + execute schema refine). - Build: v1 [id] route typed the existing row through a narrowed alias (never) and passed messageSv/messageEn the v1 error context lacks; the self-billed customer projection lacked country. - Checks: regenerated skills/accounted-api (customer example country SE). - New parity test holds the migration's SQL name table to the TS table. - DECISIONS.md: correct migration version and the revised rule. feat(invoices): offert (quote) document type with own OF-series, decisions, conversion, MCP and v1 (#2163)
* fix(invoices): reminders, AR ledger, AR reconciliation and deadlines only read fakturor The overdue-reminder run, the kundreskontra, the 1510 reconciliation and the deadlines page selected invoices by status alone. A sent proforma past its due date was chased with a betalningspaminnelse and flipped to 'overdue', and it appeared as a receivable. All four now filter document_type = 'invoice', which is also the precondition for adding quotes (offert): a quote carries a date but never a receivable. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W45yD8NfQ97JhyYaXpzN56 * feat(invoices): offert (quote) document type with its own OF-series, decisions and conversion Adds document_type 'quote' with valid_until, quote_status (open / accepted / declined; expired is derived from valid_until, never stored) and quote_decided_at. Quotes are numbered OF-nnn at insert from company_settings.next_quote_number via generate_quote_number(), the same pattern as delivery notes, so a declined quote never leaves a hole in the F-series the way a proforma does. The column next_quote_number already existed on prod and staging without a migration; the migration adopts it. Engine: build-invoice-write writes the quote columns and keeps remaining_amount at 0; the draft editor refuses accepted or declined quotes; PATCH refuses changing a quote's or delivery note's document type since the number belongs to the series; mark-paid refuses quotes. New POST /api/invoices/[id]/quote-status records the decision and locks once an invoice exists. Conversion is extracted into lib/invoices/convert-to-invoice.ts (one implementation for the route and the MCP staged commit, which had drifted): a converted quote stays and flips to accepted, the invoice links back via converted_from_id and gets its due date from the customer's payment terms; a declined or already invoiced quote is refused. next-number previews the OF-series for quotes. Migration applied to the staging branch and registered as 20260902140000; the pg test runs in CI (pg-real). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W45yD8NfQ97JhyYaXpzN56 * feat(invoices): quote PDF, email and filename surfaces The customer-facing surfaces get a quote sibling for every proforma branch: PDF title OFFERT / QUOTE with Offertdatum and Giltig till instead of the due date, a notice that the document is not an invoice or a payment request, and no payment box, OCR, bankgiro, Swish, QR or payment link. The email says the quote is attached and valid until the expiry, drops the payment details and pay-online button, and asks about the quote rather than the invoice. Filenames read "Offert nr OF-001". Seller VAT number and payment accounts are skipped for quotes as for proformas: a quote is not a faktura under ML 17 kap. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W45yD8NfQ97JhyYaXpzN56 * feat(invoices): offert in the editor, list and detail pages Editor: "Offert" document type with a required "Giltig till" field (default today + 30 days) in place of the due date; the wire body mirrors it into due_date so the shared schema is satisfied. Payment link, ROT/RUT, periodisering and the bank box are already gated on real invoices. The type cannot be switched on an existing quote (its OF-number belongs to the series). List: an Offerter tab beside Proforma, "Ny offert" in the split button, and a status column that shows the decision or the derived expiry: Utgången and Avböjd are exception chips, Öppen and Accepterad muted text. Detail: Acceptera and Skapa faktura in the header, Avböj in the overflow menu; an expired quote asks before accepting or invoicing (bypassable); once an invoice exists the page links to it as Fakturerad and hides the decision actions. Strings in both sv and en. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W45yD8NfQ97JhyYaXpzN56 * feat(mcp,v1): expose offert on the MCP tools and the v1 REST surface MCP: create_invoice takes document_type quote with a required valid_until and allocates the OF-number at insert; the convert tool keeps its id and accepts quotes with the registry refusal codes; new set_quote_status; list_invoices and get_invoice expose valid_until and the effective quote status, including a derived expired filter. The tools/list payload stays under its ceiling without a ledger change. The MCP staged convert now uses the shared converter. v1: POST /invoices/{id}/quote-status (registered in the endpoint registry, scope map and route loader), valid_until and quote_status in the list, create and detail shapes, and a quote_status list filter. Skill atoms mention offert. Decision log lines for the own number series, derived expiry, accepted-not-cancelled conversion and the header action layout. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W45yD8NfQ97JhyYaXpzN56 * test(invoices): pass route params and period id in the new quote tests Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W45yD8NfQ97JhyYaXpzN56 * refactor(invoices): literal update payloads in the converter so the phantom-column guard can read them Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W45yD8NfQ97JhyYaXpzN56 * fix(invoices): close the quote review findings in one pass Skeptics (correctness, compliance, regression) and CodeRabbit on #2163: - quote_status is no longer a write-builder output, so a v1 PATCH or MCP update_invoice can never reset a recorded accept/decline; new quotes are opened by the invoices_quote_defaults trigger (20260902141000), which also keeps due_date and valid_until equal. v1 PATCH and the MCP update executor now use the shared editable-draft predicate. - One live invoice per converted source, enforced by a partial unique index; the converter maps 23505 to INVOICE_QUOTE_ALREADY_INVOICED and both quote-status routes compare-and-set on the decision they read. - MCP-created quotes carry remaining_amount 0; mark-paid, transaction match and voucher link refuse non-invoices on the MCP staging tools, the executors and the dashboard link route. - Conversion of a foreign-currency source refetches the rate for the conversion day (ML 8 kap 21-23 paragraphs) and fails closed without one; 0-day payment terms mean due on receipt. - bulk-create refuses quotes per item; list_invoices rejects a quote_status filter combined with another document_type; an omitted document_type on PATCH means unchanged. - attention, push notifications, open-AR count, FX revaluation, year-end and accrual auto-detect and bank-match suggestions only read fakturor. - Quote PDF and email print Summa / Total instead of Att betala. - Regenerated skills/accounted-api for the new v1 endpoint. Declined with reasons in DECISIONS.md: NOT VALID + VALIDATE and CONCURRENTLY on the migrations (repo precedent, 13.8k rows, transactional apply); re-validating VAT treatment at conversion (the converted invoice is a draft the user reviews; follow-up). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0111fYAUxKtpxU1BHiBioqzs * fix(invoices): second review round: migration versions, order links, batch allocation, races - Migrations renamed to 20260902220000 / 20260902221000: #2166 shipped its own 20260902141000 to prod while this PR was in review and prod's head moved past both files; below-head versions are skipped by branching, which would have left the quote trigger off prod. Staging rows renamed. - Quote lines never carry sales_order_item_id (an offer must not count as invoiced kundorder quantity); the converter carries a proforma line's order link onto the invoice. - Converter compare-and-sets the source (proforma cancel, quote accept): a concurrent cancel, proforma-to-order conversion or decision removes the orphan invoice with INVOICE_CONVERT_SOURCE_CHANGED instead of a second document for the same sale. - MCP set_quote_status gets the same compare-and-set as the HTTP routes; 0-row updates report INVOICE_QUOTE_CHANGED_CONCURRENTLY everywhere. quote-status (dashboard, v1, MCP) accepts valid_until so an expired sent quote can be reopened, as the docs promised. - MCP mark-paid refuses only quotes, parity with the dashboard route (a sent proforma marked paid is a supported prepayment record). - Batch allocation (dashboard route and MCP tool) refuses non-invoices before the RPC, which gates on status alone. - Customer AR drill-down, v1 customer open invoices and archive guard, and the calendar feed read fakturor only. - Draft quote PDF says "UTKAST" instead of "not a valid invoice"; the editor locks the document type on existing quotes and delivery notes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0111fYAUxKtpxU1BHiBioqzs * chore(invoices): use roundOre in the quote MCP summaries and FX test after main tightened the guard baseline Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0111fYAUxKtpxU1BHiBioqzs * fix(invoices): third review round: atomic decision lock, viewer gate, lookup errors, quote payment terms - 20260902222000: BEFORE UPDATE trigger locks an accepted quote while a live converted invoice exists (the compare-and-set in the three decision writers could still be beaten by a conversion landing in between); the routes and the MCP tool map the raise to 409 INVOICE_QUOTE_ALREADY_INVOICED. generate_quote_number now also requires a non-viewer membership so a viewer's session token cannot burn OF-numbers through PostgREST. - Converter checks quote eligibility before the Riksbanken call and treats a failed company_settings read as a failure instead of a 30-day default. - Re-sending the same decision keeps quote_decided_at (idempotent). - gnubok_find_voucher_candidates_for_invoice refuses non-invoices like its write sibling; the dashboard link route surfaces a failed lookup. - Late-fee and credit-term texts never print on a quote. Applied and registered on staging; pg tests added. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0111fYAUxKtpxU1BHiBioqzs * fix(invoices): review nits: fail-closed batch lookup, dry-run expiry, quote heading, quote-date CHECK - match-batch surfaces a failed document lookup instead of allocating. - v1 quote-status dry-run preview carries the new valid_until. - Quote PDF heading reads Offertinformation / Quote information. - 20260902222000 also pins the date invariants the trigger maintains as a CHECK: a quote always has valid_until = due_date, nothing else has one. Applied on staging. feat(sales-orders): kundorder with partial delivery and partial invoicing (#2166)
* feat(sales-orders): kundorder with partial delivery and partial invoicing Adds sales orders (kundorder) as their own non-ledger document between agreement and invoice, for companies that deliver or invoice in parts. Schema (20260902130000): sales_orders + sales_order_items with RLS via user_company_ids(), OR-<n> numbering RPC (membership-gated, no anon execute), company_settings.sales_orders_enabled UI gate, and back-links invoices.sales_order_id / invoice_items.sales_order_item_id. The invoiced quantity per order line is DERIVED from the linked invoice lines on non-cancelled, non-credited invoices and enforced by a BEFORE trigger, so no counter can drift and a credited invoice frees its quantity. Header status is draft / confirmed / completed / cancelled; completion is kept by DB triggers from the same derived quantity. Delivery and invoicing progress are derived per line, never stored as status. Service + API: lib/sales-orders (create/update with id-preserving line replace, transitions with compare-and-set, cumulative delivery registration, invoice-from-order through buildInvoiceWriteData so booking stays in the engine, proforma -> order conversion), routes under /api/sales-orders and /api/invoices/[id]/convert-to-order, structured SALES_ORDER_* error codes, archive classification of the new tables. The invoice editor round-trips sales_order_item_id so a draft edit cannot drop the link; GET /api/invoices gains ?sales_order_id=. UI: /sales-orders list, create/edit form reusing the invoice line conventions, detail with deliver and create-invoice dialogs and linked invoices; nav row behind the settings toggle; the webshop row is relabelled webshop_orders; "Skapa order" on proformas. MCP (20260902141000/141001): list/get reads plus four staged writes (create, transition, register delivery, create invoice from order) whose executors call the lib services; op types added to the pending operations CHECK. Tests: route tests for every route (401/400/404/happy), service unit tests, executor and tool tests, and tests/pg/sales-orders.pg.test.ts (16 cases, green on staging) covering RLS, numbering guards, the over-invoice trigger incl. release on cancel/credit and cross-company refusal, the quantity floor, and completion maintenance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01RQW7mXvbAPgjUHq7dSEamr * fix(sales-orders): harden kundorder after skeptic and security review Resolves every finding from the PR #2166 review pass in one batch. Order link integrity: replaceInvoiceItems now refuses a line set that drops an existing sales_order_item_id (INVOICE_UPDATE_DROPS_ORDER_LINK), closing the MCP update_invoice header-only edit and the v1 PATCH path that severed the link and freed the quantity for double invoicing. The update_invoice re-fetch, gnubok_get_invoice and the v1 item projection now carry sales_order_item_id so well-behaved clients round-trip it. Quantity math: derived remaining/invoiced quantities are rounded to six decimals and compared with an epsilon (roundQty, qtyGreater) so a float remainder such as 0.5999999999999996 can neither refuse the final partial invoice nor land as an invoice quantity; duplicate explicit picks are summed before validation. Leveransdatum: per-line last_delivery_date (migration 20260902160000); an invoice takes the latest date over the lines it covers and only when the covered quantity was delivered, never the header date and never for an advance invoice (ML 17 kap 24 p.7, FX anchor per ML 8 kap 21-23). VAT drift: the order stores the customer type and VAT-validation flag its lines were priced under; invoicing refuses with SALES_ORDER_CUSTOMER_VAT_CHANGED when they differ, and re-saving the order re-validates the lines. Customer and currency are frozen once invoices exist. Tenant and role gates: composite FK (sales_order_id, company_id) ties a line to its parent's company (Superagent P2); aa_enforce_company_writer_role on both tables so a viewer cannot write through the browser client. Proforma -> order refuses proformas with ROT/RUT, periodisering or negative-quantity lines instead of dropping those fields. RESTRICT FK errors on delete map to SALES_ORDER_LINE_LOCKED / SALES_ORDER_HAS_INVOICES. Also: schema-guard literal payloads in lib/sales-orders (ceiling +2 with reason), regenerated skills/accounted-api (sales_order_item_id on invoice items), pg tests for the composite FK, the viewer gate and the new columns, unit tests for every changed path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01XzFmmH82hCJNmZbPqycDiW * fix(sales-orders): resolve CodeRabbit round on PR #2166 Quick wins from the review, all in one pass: - replaceInvoiceItems fails closed when the invoice_items snapshot cannot be read (it is both the restore source and the input to the kundorder link guard); the guard branch is explicit in both PATCH routes. - Cumulative delivery registration carries an optimistic predicate on the quantity it read, so two concurrent registrations cannot regress each other; DELETE of an order keeps its allowed status in the predicate and answers a conflict when zero rows match. - Business dates (order date, delivery date, invoice date) default to the Europe/Stockholm calendar day (todayIsoStockholm), never UTC: the delivery date is also the Riksbanken rate anchor. - The invoice-from-order executor treats an event emit failure as non-blocking: the draft already exists. - sales_order_items are archived through their parent with the order currency denormalised, like invoice_items. - Proforma "Skapa order" tolerates a 2xx without a parsable body; the settings toggle refreshes the server-rendered nav. - List route doc states that q matches the order number (customer names are matched client-side). Declined (out of scope for this PR): moving header + line writes and the delivery loop into transactional RPCs (same PostgREST pattern as the invoice PATCH path, tracked as a follow-up), the MCP approval handler's error message shape (pre-existing code outside this change), and the docstring-coverage warning (no repo convention). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01XzFmmH82hCJNmZbPqycDiW * fix(sales-orders): move hardening migration off a colliding version; archive contract; ceiling - 20260902160000_sales_orders_hardening.sql collided with main's 20260902160000_parties_substrate.sql after the third sync; renamed to 20260902180000 and made idempotent (DROP ... IF EXISTS before each ADD CONSTRAINT) so a preview branch that applied it under the old version replays it cleanly. Staging's schema_migrations row renamed. - sales_order_items goes back to a direct archive dump: the coverage contract (tests/pg/full-archive-coverage.pg.test.ts) requires it for a table with its own company_id; the currency lives on the parent order one file over, joined by sales_order_id. - Scanner ceiling re-baselined after merging main (parties phase 1): 397. - v1 PATCH test queues a real empty invoice_items snapshot now that replaceInvoiceItems fails closed on an unreadable one. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01XzFmmH82hCJNmZbPqycDiW * fix(sales-orders): drop the composite FK before its unique index on replay The idempotent guard in 20260902180000_sales_orders_hardening.sql dropped the unique (id, company_id) before the FK that depends on its index, so the preview branch replay (which had applied the file under its former version) failed with SQLSTATE 2BP01. Order swapped; replay verified on staging. feat(bookkeeping): verifikationsserie per bankkonto for bank-transaction bookings (#2160)
* feat(bookkeeping): verifikationsserie per bankkonto for bank-transaction bookings A company running several bank accounts (main bank on A, company card on M, both imported via CSV) could not route each account's bookings into its own series: every bank_transaction booking took the single company-wide default from default_voucher_series_per_source_type. - cash_accounts.voucher_series (nullable, single letter): per-account override, editable under Inställningar → Bokföring → Verifikationsserier per bankkonto (new PATCH /api/cash-accounts/[id]). - resolveCashAccountVoucherSeries(): step 2 of the resolution order (explicit pick → account override → per-type map → A). Wired into the book route and createTransactionJournalEntry, which covers categorize, the agent, pending operations and the v1 API. - Booking dialog gets the series picker, seeded from the server via /voucher-sequences/next?source_type&cash_account_id so dialog and route can never disagree. An unresolved embedded picker omits voucher_series so a stray 'A' never overrides the account's series. Scope: bank_transaction bookings only. Invoice settlements matched from the bank keep their payment series; bulk-book resolves inside its RPC (see DECISIONS.md). Migration applied to staging as 20260902121420. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JWSLbQc3jgpfqnxWe6nteh * fix(bookkeeping): audit and document the per-bankkonto series, tighten preview and PATCH Consolidated pass over the PR #2160 findings (skeptics, CodeRabbit, Swedish compliance review): - Behandlingshistorik (BFNAR 2013:2 p. 9.16): changing cash_accounts.voucher_series is a behandlingsregel that outranks the audited per-type map. New trigger audit_cash_accounts_voucher_series (UPDATE only, WHEN the series changes, so bank-sync churn never logs), cash_accounts added to AUDITED_TABLES and the audit_log filter, "Bankkonto ... Verifikationsserie: (tomt) -> M" events in the report, pg-real test. Applied to staging as 20260902124513. - Systemdokumentation (p. 9.2-9.15): revision/systemdokumentation.json gains a verifikationsserier_regler block with the resolution order and the two exceptions (invoice settlements, samlingsverifikat); the per-account mapping itself is in data/cash_accounts.json. - Settings picker uses the same closed list as the manual verifikat form (presets plus letters already in use) instead of all 26 letters; strings moved to messages/sv.json and messages/en.json. - /voucher-sequences/next applies the account override only for source_type=bank_transaction (CodeRabbit), so a manual-entry preview cannot show a series the entry will not get. - Book route resolves the series from the account the row ends up on after a stranded-row repoint, not the stale one. - PATCH /api/cash-accounts/[id] answers 404 for a non-UUID id instead of a Postgres cast 500; the series lookup logs a warning when it fails open. chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers (#2150)
* chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers Remove 33 dead files, ~270 unreferenced exports/types, 13 dead i18n namespaces and 4 unused dependencies; fold byte-identical helper copies into one canonical home each (lib/utils chunk/sleep/utcDateStamp, lib/dates/iso, lib/invariants/uuid, lib/xml/escape, lib/reports/sru/format, lib/pdf/number-text, lib/browser/panel-request, lib/api/v1/body + v1ValidationError rolled out to ~55 v1 routes, booking-template schemas). No behaviour change: v1 bodies and status codes, MCP tool schemas, DB writes and money math are untouched. Naive ore rounding was deliberately not swapped for roundOre; see DECISIONS.md 2026-09-02 for the full list of things left alone on purpose. tsc, lint, 19588 unit tests and check:guards green; antipattern baseline ratcheted (naive-ore-round 622 -> 620, hand-rolled-invariant 115 -> 113). feat(bookkeeping): Fortnox-style inline IB correction + cascade to later years (#2076)
* feat(bookkeeping): cascade opening-balance corrections to later years Fortnox/SIE migrations book one IB verifikat per imported year, so correcting one year's ingaende balans left every later year's linked IB carrying the stale figures (support case: a 2019 IB fixed in Fortnox after export never reached Accounted, skewing all subsequent saldon). - POST /api/import/opening-balance/correct accepts cascade: true and applies the correction's per-account delta to each subsequent year's IB via storno + rebook + relink (lib/import/opening-balance/cascade.ts). Locked/closed/lock-dated/bokslut years are skipped and reported, never forced; a failed year is compensated and the cascade continues. - CorrectOpeningBalanceDialog offers the cascade as a default-checked checkbox when later years have their own IB verifikat, and when the current year is blocked it points at the earliest open year's IB verifikat instead of dead-ending. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_012Jn6sxPE3zMfpM4CQ24jGY * fix(bookkeeping): atomic cascade replacement + review findings for PR #2076 - Cascade now books each later year through replaceOpeningBalanceEntry (one RPC transaction: storno + corrected voucher + pointer swap, CAS on the expected old entry), removing the create/reverse/relink window that could leave a period linked to a reversed IB entry. - Cascaded verifikat keep the original lines verbatim (descriptions and dimensions) and append labelled IB-rättelse adjustment lines per changed account instead of collapsing per-account nets. - Year-end lookup fails closed: a query error skips the period instead of reading as 'no bokslut'. - Dialog always sends the cascade flag (a cold reference cache no longer silently disables the default-on cascade), the success toast separates blocked years from failed years needing review, and the checkbox notes that a resultat correction may still need an omforing to 2091. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_012Jn6sxPE3zMfpM4CQ24jGY * feat(bookkeeping): Fortnox-style inline IB correction without storno Founder decision 2026-08-31: IB edits in open unlocked years should feel like Fortnox (change the number, no extra verifikat) instead of always producing a storno + rebook pair in serie A. - Migration 20260831150000 redefines correct_entry_lines_inline to admit source_type 'opening_balance' with three IB guards: only the period's current linked IB, no posted bokslut on the period, and replacement lines restricted to balance-sheet accounts (class 1-2). The entry id never changes, so fiscal_periods.opening_balance_entry_id stays valid and every report reads the corrected lines automatically. Storno, year_end and vat_settlement stay excluded; locked/closed/lock-dated periods are still refused (BFL 5 kap 5 par: storno is the only track there). - New POST /api/import/opening-balance/correct-inline: diff-based strike and replace inside the same IB verifikat, same OB_* pre-flight codes as the storno route, RPC rule violations surfaced verbatim as 409 OB_INLINE_REFUSED. With cascade: true the per-account delta is appended as labelled IB-rattelse lines inside each later open year's own IB verifikat (cascade mode 'inline'): a multi-year correction with zero new verifikat. - CorrectOpeningBalanceDialog computes the row diff (untouched lines keep ids, descriptions and dimensions) and posts to the inline route; copy updated (no storno language), toast reports inline updates. - In-app agent guidance (shared-rules) updated to describe the inline flow and the cascade checkbox. - Tests: pg-real suite for the redefined RPC (IB accept, linked-IB guard, bokslut guard, P&L guard, structural types still refused, non-IB unaffected), route tests, cascade inline-mode unit tests. The storno-based /correct route and engine paths are untouched: they remain for the import replace flow and API compatibility. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_012Jn6sxPE3zMfpM4CQ24jGY * fix(agent): avoid the BFL 5 kap 5 par marker string in IB guidance The verifikation-draft period-lock gate test uses the literal 'BFL 5 kap 5 §' as a marker for locked-period-only guidance; the new IB bullet in shared-rules carried the same string in every prompt and broke the open-period assertion. Reference Bokföringslagen generically instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_012Jn6sxPE3zMfpM4CQ24jGY * fix(bookkeeping): derive inline cascade delta from the rattelse log Swedish-review finding on PR #2076: the cascade delta was computed from a route-side line snapshot read before the RPC, which a concurrent edit could theoretically desync from what the RPC actually committed. The delta now comes from the RPC's own journal_entry_rattelse_log row (struck_lines/added_lines snapshotted inside the RPC transaction), so the cascade always matches the committed base correction. Also softened the blocked-year guidance copy (declared-status is an assumption, not a verified fact). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_012Jn6sxPE3zMfpM4CQ24jGY * fix(bookkeeping): visible cascade failure + dimensions-aware no-op check CodeRabbit round-2 findings on PR #2076: - A cascade that failed to run (log fetch error, unexpected throw) was returned as an empty successful summary, so the dialog reported nothing wrong while later years stayed unverified. Both routes now mark it failed: true and the dialog tells the user to check later years' opening balances. - The RPC's no-op guard compared account/amount/description only, so a dimensions-only rattelse raised 'Rattelsen andrar ingenting'. The comparison keys now include canonical dimensions jsonb text (fixed in the unmerged 20260831150000 migration). feat(invoices): per-line percentage discount and separate fakturamarkning (#2084)
* feat(invoices): per-line percentage discount and separate fakturamarkning User request: rabatt i procent per artikelrad, and a marking field separate from Er referens. - invoice_items.discount_percent (0-100, default 0): line_total and vat_amount are stored NET of the discount. Shared exact-ore math in lib/invoices/line-amounts.ts (gross, discount, net) used by the web builder, staged-operation commit, editor preview, PDF, and Peppol. Undiscounted lines keep the legacy unrounded qty*price byte-identical. - ROT/RUT deduction computes on the discounted net line total. - invoices.invoice_marking: printed on the PDF next to the references and mapped to Peppol BT-10 BuyerReference (marking wins over your_reference; either satisfies the BT-10 requirement). - Peppol renders the discount as a BG-27 line AllowanceCharge (reason code 95, MultiplierFactorNumeric, Amount, BaseAmount). - Editor: "Lagg till rabatt" in the row menu (same reveal pattern as ROT/RUT), Markning row next to Er referens, forval chip, review dialog shows discounts and marking. - Plumbed through v1 REST projections, MCP create/get/update invoice tools, pending-operations update path, and copy-invoice (discount copied; marking deliberately not, it is recipient-specific). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JJAt9yM7tgZ69f1XnNnq52 * fix(invoices): carry discount_percent through every deduction, credit, convert and preview path Skeptic + CI findings on the discount/marking feature, one pass: - generateRotRutLines and propose-send-lines now pass discount_percent into computeDeduction: the send/credit/cash verifikat booked 1513 on the GROSS line while deduction_total, the PDF and the Skatteverket claim carried the net, stranding the difference on 1513 and pushing 1510 negative once the customer paid. Test pins 1513=3000/1510=7000 for a 20%-discounted 10 000 kr ROT line. - preview-pdf route accepts discount_percent (net totals + net-based deduction) and invoice_marking; the editor now sends the marking, so the preview equals the invoice it becomes. - Credit notes carry discount_percent (buildCreditNoteItem, v1 credit route select+insert, MCP credit executor) and invoice_marking, so the kreditfaktura face arithmetic multiplies out and shows the Rabatt column (ML 17 kap 24 §). - Proforma->invoice convert copies discount_percent + invoice_marking: the converted invoice previously failed Peppol LINE_TOTAL_MISMATCH and lost the rebate on the next builder pass. - Editor hides the discount menu in self-billed mode (the self-billed wire shape has no discount; previewed net would book gross). - MCP staging and commitCreateInvoice reject a non-number discount_percent (a string coerced past the range check but was ignored by the totals math and still stored). - Regenerated skills/accounted-api (apiskill:check CI failure). feat(reminders): per-company reminder text overrides with per-field reset (#2038)
* feat(reminders): per-company reminder text overrides with per-field reset Add company_settings.reminder_text_overrides (JSONB, migration 20260830100000): optional subject/body per reminder level, storing only diffs from the defaults. Reminder templates now express their defaults as placeholder patterns and render stock and override mails through one substitution pipeline (placeholders, HTML escaping, subject sanitizing), so the settings prefill is exactly the sent mail. The level 3 default is strengthened into an explicit inkassovarning (8 days, handover to inkasso, costs per lag (1981:739)); text only, no fee or interest math changes. New ReminderEmailTextsSettings editor (per-level tabs, effective value prefilled, per-field reset, placeholder legend) mounted in the invoicing settings, strings in sv + en, and reminder_text_overrides added to UpdateSettingsSchema with schema and template tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * chore(migrations): bump reminder_text_overrides to 20260830120000 Main gained 20260830101500_seed_agent_atom_bodies after this branch cut its version, so the file moves to a fresh later timestamp to keep remote migration history append-only. feat(reconciliation): match one bank event to several verifikationer (1:N) (#1553) (#2029)
One bank row can now settle several vouchers: journal_entry_id stays NULL and one transaction_voucher_links row per voucher carries a signed allocated_amount slice (sum must equal the row within the link tolerance, each slice bounded by the voucher's net line on the account). linkTransactionToVouchers does the locked transaction UPDATE first and rolls back on a failed junction insert; unlink and the re-booking guards understand junction-only rows; a storno of one of the N vouchers releases the row when the remaining slices no longer sum to its amount. The worksheet's right pane becomes multi-select when exactly one bank row is picked (Koppla only at difference 0); the v1/dashboard pair schemas accept allocations; the MCP reconcile resolver and executor carry 1:N pairs; skattekonto keeps single-pointer semantics. feat(salary): agent path to set this month's per-run salary (#2015)
* feat(salary): agent path to set this month's per-run salary
Agents could not do variable owner pay: the only per-run edit tool,
gnubok_update_payslip_line, edits the display-only Grundlon line that
every recalculation rebuilds from salary_run_employees.monthly_salary,
so the fixed employee salary silently won (user-reported).
- lib/salary/run-employees.ts: setRunEmployeeSalary() shared service
(draft gate, roundOre, 0 = nollkorning, display-line refresh); the
cookie route PATCH now delegates to it (behavior unchanged)
- MCP: gnubok_set_run_salary staged tool (search catalog: tools/list
budget at zero headroom), op type set_run_salary (medium risk),
commitSetRunSalary executor, payroll:write scope, payroll_month
loadout + payroll-monthly skill step; update_payslip_line description
now warns that recalc rebuilds base salary lines
- v1 REST: PATCH /salary-runs/{id}/employees/{employeeId} accepting
monthly_salary (draft only, dry-run, idempotency key)
- Migration pair (NOT VALID + VALIDATE) adds set_run_salary to the
pending_operations op-type CHECK; base list verified against prod live
- Tests: service, staged tool, executor, cookie route, v1 route; spec
snapshot updated

* fix(salary): harden set_run_salary per skeptic + CI findings
- Clear calculation_breakdown when the per-run salary changes so the
existing book preflights force a recalculation: a run can no longer
be booked with gross/tax derived from the old salary (skeptic R1)
- Enforce SALARY_OVERRIDE_MAX (10 MSEK) in the shared service and the
v1 body schema: closes the unbounded/1e307-overflow path that wrote
Infinity -> NULL -> 500 (skeptic R2)
- Promote gnubok_set_run_salary to the default catalog: a search-only
WRITE is uncallable on Claude.ai (update_customer lesson) while three
surfaces pointed agents at it; payload ceiling bumped 63.8K -> 64.4K
with a ledger entry, read-demotion left as its own change (skeptic R3)
- Granskning label type_set_run_salary in vocabulary.ts + sv/en (R4)
- Display-line refresh is fire-and-forget again (write already
committed; matches pre-refactor route behavior) and DB error details
carry the SQLSTATE code for Swedish error mapping
- v1 risk metadata aligned to 'medium'; NOT_DRAFT message now covers
salary edits, not just roster changes
- npm run apiskill:generate committed (CI apiskill:check failure)

origin/main gained 20260828120000 and 20260828154800 after this branch
staged 20260828110000/1; out-of-order versions are skipped at merge, so
the pair moves to 20260828160000/1 (byte-identical SQL, reference in the
VALIDATE header updated).

* chore: retrigger Supabase preview after migration-version repair
The preview branch tracked 20260828110000/1 before the rename to
20260828160000/1; the orphan rows are deleted from the preview branch's
schema_migrations (preview only, prod never saw those versions) and this
empty commit re-runs the tasks.

feat(settings): per-company data-analysis opt-in gating the calibration corpus (#1346) (#2007)
* feat(settings): per-company opt-in for data analysis of bookkeeping outcomes (#1346) Adds company_settings.data_analysis_opt_in (default false, no grandfathering) and gates every path that reads bookkeeping outcomes across companies on it: POST /api/agent/categorize/outcome stops writing calibration samples for companies that have not opted in, and the backtest / calibration-fit scripts filter to opted-in company ids. One helper (lib/company/data-analysis.ts) is the single gate for future analysis paths. A toggle on Inställningar > Företag states plainly what is analysed (proposed vs booked account, amount, confidence; no free text, no personal data) in sv and en. The flag is UI-only by design: consent is a human action, so it is absent from the v1 REST / MCP settings pick lists. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015nAd8XJ2RPCmG2eKoLBdna * fix(settings): make data-analysis consent copy true for the backtest path (#1346) Addresses adversarial review findings on PR #2007: - Findings 1-3 (consent narrower than the gated processing): the flag also gates scripts/backtest-categorize.ts, which re-runs transaction descriptions, merchant names and matched underlag through the model. The sv/en toggle help and disclosure now state that explicitly as "evaluation runs" and no longer claim that free text or underlag are excluded. The migration header and COMMENT, the lib/company/data-analysis.ts docstring, the backtest script header and the DECISIONS line say the same. Kept the gate (un-gating would put the script back to reading every company with no consent at all). A test pins that both locales name those inputs and contain no "no free text / no underlag" denial. - Finding 4 (member sees an active switch that RLS rejects): the toggle is now enabled only for owner/admin, matching the company_settings update policy; the disclosure says only administrators can change the choice. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015nAd8XJ2RPCmG2eKoLBdna * fix(scripts): address round-2 review findings (#1346) 1. [minor] Opted-in company filter was an unbounded PostgREST `in` list in the URL (scripts/fit-categorize-calibration.ts, scripts/backtest-categorize.ts). Both scripts now read the opted-in ids through a shared, paginated helper (listDataAnalysisOptedInCompanyIds, fetchAllRows so the pre-fetch no longer caps at 1000) and query per chunk of 100 ids (chunkCompanyIds). The fit script pages each chunk on the id PK; the backtest merges per-chunk results and re-cuts to the N most recent overall. Early exit on zero opt-ins is kept. Pinned with tests in lib/company/__tests__/data-analysis.test.ts. fix(payroll): expose jämkning percentage and validity on the employee tax form (#1988)
* fix(payroll): expose jämkning percentage and validity on the employee tax form (#1913) An employee with a Skatteverket jämkning decision could not have the adjusted withholding percentage set anywhere in the app: model, API and engine supported jamkning_percentage / jamkning_valid_from / jamkning_valid_to end to end, but EmployeeTaxCard never exposed them. - EmployeeTaxCard: percentage input plus required from/to dates in the A-skatt branch; null (= clear the beslut) when emptied or when no table applies, mirroring tax_table_number. Both dates are required because isJamkningValid only applies a beslut when both are set. - Edit page: PATCH body sends the three fields as explicit values (guarded on the card having reported), card initial seeded from the employee, read-only Jämkning row in the tax section. - NewEmployeeDialog: initial tax state and POST body carry the fields. - Legacy PATCH /api/salary/employees/[id]: merged-state jämkning check (start date required, dates ordered), same rule and messages as v1 and employee-commands, gated on the PATCH touching a jamkning key. - lib/api/schemas.ts: truthful comment on the engine's both-dates gate. - i18n: salary_employee.tax_jamkning_* in sv and en. - Tests on the legacy PATCH route (400 x4, 200 x3) and the POST route. The engine is deliberately untouched; the API/MCP contract (valid_to optional) stays as is, follow-up filed in the PR body. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01FkUfWtuFCUkNtRAgMQCse2 * fix(payroll): jämkning keys reach the employee PATCH only when visible and edited (#1913) Review findings on #1988: the card reported null for the three jämkning fields whenever its inputs were hidden (sidoinkomst, F-skatt, FA-skatt, ej verifierad) and the edit page forwarded those nulls, so toggling sidoinkomst or fixing a phone number on an FA-skatt employee silently wiped a stored beslut (which the engine still applies for FA-skatt). The two date inputs were also natively required whenever a percentage was present, so a beslut stored via the API/MCP without valid_to (allowed by the schema) blocked the whole form on unrelated edits. - lib/salary/jamkning-patch.ts (new): isJamkningEditable() and jamkningPatch(); the keys are spread into the PATCH body with explicit values (null = clear) only when the inputs were visible and edited, otherwise omitted like every other sparse field. - EmployeeTaxCard: jamkning_touched flag on EmployeeTaxValue, set by the three handlers; required on both dates gated on it; non-blocking hint (tax_jamkning_incomplete_hint, sv + en) on a seeded beslut missing a date. - Edit page spreads jamkningPatch(tax); NewEmployeeDialog initial state carries the flag. - Tests: lib/salary/__tests__/jamkning-patch.test.ts (keys omitted for sidoinkomst / f_skatt / fa_skatt / not_verified / untouched seeded row, explicit nulls when cleared, spread shape). - DECISIONS.md: one line. feat(white-label): invite-only signup for brand domains (#1995)
* feat(white-label): invite-only signup for brand domains
A brand domain belongs to the partner's people (founder decision
2026-08-27): only allowlisted or invited users may create an account on
an invite-only brand domain; everyone else is shown an interstitial that
sends them to the canonical Accounted signup.
- brands.signup_mode ('open' default / 'invite_only') +
brand_signup_allowlist (lowercase emails, team-scoped RLS, owner/admin
writes) + create_company_for_brand_signup RPC, with pg-real coverage
- server-side gate (lib/auth/brand-signup-gate.ts) enforced on every
signup path: email signup moved to POST /api/auth/signup (the browser
used to call GoTrue directly, so a client-side check would be
bypassable), BankID gated in /bankid/complete, Google covered by the
dashboard layout's brand-domain bounce
- company invites bypass the allowlist: the invite is the authorization
- register page interstitial on gated brands (no email in the outbound
URL), sv+en strings
- dashboard layout bounces non-belonging sessions off gated brand hosts
to the canonical domain (navigation rule like WL-01, not a security
boundary)
- allowlisted signups' onboarding-created companies attach to the
brand's byra team via the new RPC, so WL-01 homes them on the brand
domain; the allowlist entry recorded by an owner/admin stands in for
the WL-15 admin gate
- byra cockpit page /clients/access + /api/clients/signup-access to
manage the mode and the allowlist
All existing brands default to 'open': behavior is byte-identical until
a brand is flipped to invite_only.

* fix(white-label): rollback brand-signup company with the service client
Skeptic (correctness) found that a brand-signup company created under the
service role rolled back with the cookie-session client: `companies` has
RLS and no FOR DELETE policy, so the delete was a silent 0-row no-op,
stranding a member-less ghost company on the partner's byra team. Pass an
optional rollbackClient to createCompanyCore and hand it the service
client on that path; user_preferences.active_company_id then clears itself
via its ON DELETE SET NULL FK once the company row is actually deleted.
Also map a validateBody 400 (flat envelope, no code) on the register page
to the specific email-invalid field message instead of the generic one,
since the client already pre-gates password strength.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01ByL5dQXG8gGLtNBPj8g2C4
* fix(white-label): fail-safe brand lookup, pg-test seed, anonymize fixtures
Second resolve-pr cycle: skeptic + CodeRabbit findings and a green-up.
- Fail safe on a brands-table error (CodeRabbit CWE-285): the gate treated a
failed resolveBrandByHost as an unbranded host, opening invite-only signup
during a transient DB blip. resolveBrandResultByHost now distinguishes
"no brand" from "lookup failed"; the gate returns lookupFailed and the
email + BankID routes answer 503 (retry), never creating an account.
- pg-real: the RLS delete test seeded its row inside withUserContext, which
always rolls back, so the owner DELETE saw zero rows. Seed on the superuser
pool instead.
- Anonymize every test/fixture brand to the repo's existing synthetic
placeholder (Siffra / app.siffra.se): no real partner names in code.
- SignupAccessManager: functional setData updates so a concurrent mode
toggle and an add/remove do not clobber each other's snapshot (CodeRabbit).
- Route a transient-error message through i18n instead of the raw envelope
(raw-user-error guard); new register.error_temporary sv+en.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01ByL5dQXG8gGLtNBPj8g2C4
* test(white-label): anonymize new signup-gate fixtures; log oracle residual
Rename the placeholder brand in the four new brand-signup test files to a
clearly-fake, partner-unrelated name (Testbrand / app.testbrand.example);
the previous placeholder echoed a real partner. Scoped to files this PR
creates; the repo-wide legacy placeholder is left for a separate cleanup.
Also record in DECISIONS.md that the feature ships accepting the
low-severity allowlist-enumeration residual (captcha-free 403 vs 200 on
the signup endpoint), with rate-limiting as the follow-up option.

* feat(white-label): byra team invites, member management and team billing
- team invites unfrozen behind a kind gate (byra teams only, owner/admin
invite); members route handles multi-team membership; members/[id]
unfrozen with last-owner protection; invite management UI in settings
- billing/status learns team-scoped grants and the settings page shows a
read-only "part of the byra agreement" state instead of the upgrade pitch
- 30-day trial suppressed for companies created under a byra team
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): brand-aware outbound mail, auth email hook and public invoice branding
- every outbound mail is sent in the brand of the company it concerns:
getSenderForCompany/getBaseUrlForCompany chain (verified brand domain,
"via Accounted" fallback, canonical default) wired into invites,
payslips, invoice deliveries and reminders
- Supabase Send Email hook endpoint (signature-verified with node:crypto,
dormant until configured) renders auth mail per brand via redirect origin
- public invoice pages carry the company's brand mark
- snapshot suite per template class guards against wrong-brand mail
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): byra cockpit, home-domain rule and tab guard
- Klienter route: five urgency-sorted columns (company, unbooked, inbox,
next deadline via the status engine, last booked) for byra team members,
who land there after login on their home domain
- soft switch straight into a client and back; blocking two-exit tab
guard against writes to the wrong active company
- client company creation admin-gated at the DB level (a created company
is +1 on the byra invoice), bound to the byra team, no trial
- home-domain rule in the UI: switcher partitions companies by host,
signpost page for companies homed elsewhere
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): brand-aware app name across UI strings
- 24 message keys per locale converted to the {appName} ICU parameter,
27 call sites pass the active brand name (useBranding client-side,
getRequestAppName server-side)
- 6 hardcoded JSX literals swept; statutory filing and API identity
surfaces deliberately keep the Accounted name
- 34 new i18n keys for the cockpit, team invites, billing state, tab
guard, signpost and source footer (sv/en parity verified)
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* docs(white-label): domain glossary and decision log entries
- CONTEXT.md: the white-label ubiquitous language (brand, byra team,
home domain, signpost, umbrella subdomain, brand color, cockpit)
- DECISIONS.md entries from the build waves
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): lean byra cockpit sidebar with company-mode back link
Byra team members now get a two-mode sidebar: on cockpit routes (/clients
and the new /byra pages) only Hem, Klienter, Automationer and Nyckeltal
show; entering a client company brings back the full company sidebar with
a pinned back-to-clients link (expanded, rail and mobile). New pages: /byra
home with client count, needs-action count and per-client urgent deadlines
reusing the fetchClientOverview aggregation, plus designed empty states for
/byra/automations and /byra/kpi. Signpost gate allows the byra routes;
non-byra users are unaffected.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): cockpit shows no active company and keeps lean sidebar under settings
In cockpit mode the bottom user widget no longer shows the active company
subline or the company-switcher flyout: the cockpit sits above the
companies and clients are entered through the Klienter list. The settings
modal previously flipped the sidebar to the full company nav behind it
because the pathname becomes /settings/*; the sidebar now keeps the mode
of the surface underneath.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): keep company picker in cockpit with nothing selected
The cockpit user menu gets the company-switcher flyout back, but neutral:
the row reads "Valj bolag", no company carries the check mark or active
styling, and picking any company (including the technically-active one)
enters it with a full navigation. Company mode is unchanged.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* chore(db): renumber white-label migrations past main and add byra settings scope
Renumber 20260801100000-120000 to 20260804110000-113000: main already
carries applied versions up to 20260803231000, and Supabase branching
refuses local migrations stamped before the remote head (the repo rule
from 5932632f5: keep new versions strictly newest). Comment references
updated in the pg tests, route docs and onboarding precheck.
Also ships the byra settings scope: settings opened from the cockpit
(?ctx=byra, honored only for byra team members) show account-level
sections only (Konto, Medlemmar och roller), hide company-scoped
sections and the company kicker, and the team section is registered in
SETTINGS_SECTIONS so Medlemmar och roller renders inside the settings
window. The cockpit user menu drops Abonnemang and carries the scope on
its links; section switches preserve it.

* feat(byra): cross-client nyckeltal view in the cockpit
Period presets and company chips in the URL, summary tiles, merged
monthly income/expense chart and a sortable per-client KPI table.
Numbers come from the existing get_kpi_report_aggregates RPC per
client (no new migrations); calendar months are the cross-client
axis since clients can have different fiscal years.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): byra self-service brand logo and app name
New Varumarke settings section (byra scope, owner/admin): logo
upload/remove and an editable app name; domain stays read-only.
brands has no write RLS by design, so writes go through
/api/byra/brand routes with the service client behind an explicit
owner/admin team check. Files land in logos/byra/{teamId}/. The
expanded sidebar shows the brand app name beside the logo.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): route root layout through the shared brand resolver
app/layout.tsx carried a private copy of resolveRequestBrand, so it
and lib/branding/request-brand.ts could drift. The layout now uses
the shared function, which also gains a BRAND_DEV_DOMAIN override:
on literal localhost hosts only, resolve that brand so branding is
testable in local dev. Real domains are unaffected even if the
variable leaks into a deployment.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(byra): automations roadmap teaser and cockpit i18n strings
The Automationer tab now previews the planned automation set
(Monday briefing, deadline watch, rule-driven bookkeeping,
connection watch, monthly checklist, report delivery) instead of a
bare empty state. Bundles the sv/en strings for the whole cockpit
wave (nyckeltal, varumarke, automations) and the decision-log
entries.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): byra owners/admins land in the cockpit, not an auto-picked company
After login "/" resolved the first-membership fallback and opened a client
company nobody chose, and the top-left brand mark always linked back to it.
Byra owners/admins now home to /byra: the logo links there always, and "/"
redirects there unless a company was explicitly picked this browser session.
The middleware writes the fallback company back to user_preferences, so the
DB cannot tell picked from auto-picked; setActiveCompany stamps a session
cookie (gnubok-company-picked) on every explicit switch instead. The byra
check on "/" reuses the layout's team_members query via a request-cached
helper, so it costs no extra round trip. Byra members and regular users are
unchanged.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* refactor(white-label): drop brand color theming, keep monochrome everywhere
White-label is logo + app name + domain only (founder call): the
layout no longer injects brand color CSS variables, stamps
data-brand or colors the browser chrome. buildBrandVarsCss, its
WCAG gate and the brand_color/chrome_color columns stay dormant
for a future opt-in.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(db): arm SIE RPC statement_timeout via pgrst.db_pre_request hook
ALTER FUNCTION ... SET statement_timeout (20260629160100, 20260721144311)
never re-arms the running statement's timer, so large SIE imports still
died at the role default 8s. The pre-request hook runs as its own
statement before the main query, so set_config there is what the main
statement's timer is armed with. Scoped by request path to the three SIE
RPCs; every other request keeps 8s.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(byra): drop the 'what's coming' tail from the automations intro
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): byra owners/admins with zero companies land in the empty cockpit
Both no-company gates (Edge middleware and the dashboard layout) sent
every company-less user to the onboarding wizard, which forced a fresh
byra owner to create a personal company before ever seeing the cockpit.
Byra owners/admins now pass through to cockpit routes (/byra, /clients,
/companies/new, /settings, /api) and are steered to /byra elsewhere.
Plain byra members and regular users keep the onboarding redirect.
The membership lookup runs only in the rare no-company state, so the
middleware hot path is untouched.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): auth wordmark shows the brand logo alone
Byra logos usually carry their own name, so logo + app name text on the
login/register hero read as a duplicate. Branded hosts with an uploaded
logo now render the logo only, with the app name as the image's alt
text. Hosts without a logo keep the text wordmark unchanged.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): per-brand favicon via brands.favicon_url
Branded hosts used logo_url as the tab icon, which squashes wide byra
lockups at 16px. New optional brands.favicon_url holds a square mark;
the root layout prefers it and falls back to logo_url as before.
Migration applied to staging (idempotent DDL).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(auth): wire the villkor and integritetspolicy footer links
Both auth pages shipped with href="#" placeholders. Villkor now points
at the platform terms on the marketing site (accounted.se/terms; the
terms are the platform's even on branded byra hosts) and
integritetspolicy at the in-app /privacy page, host-relative so it
resolves on every branded domain. Both open in a new tab so the auth
form state survives.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(settings): styled popup for the team role dropdowns
The byra team panel's role pickers (member rows + invite form) were
native selects, so the opened list rendered as the unstylable OS menu.
Swapped to the Radix Select with the popup styled like every other
overlay; the trigger keeps the flat quiet SettingsSelect look.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(email): branded sender shows the brand name alone, no via-platform
Byra invite mail read "Willem via Accounted" in the From display name.
The tier-2 fallback (brand on the platform address) now renders just the
brand name; the platform stays visible in the actual From address until
the brand verifies its own sender domain (tier 1, unchanged).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): byra landing applies to every team member, not only owners/admins
An invited byra consultant (role member) still landed in an auto-picked
client company after signup. The cockpit landing rules ("/" redirect,
brand-mark home link, and both no-company gates) now key on byra team
MEMBERSHIP instead of the owner/admin role: anyone with cockpit access
homes to /byra. Regular users unchanged.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(email): branded team invite names the byra, not "ett team pa <platform>"
Subject, headline, body and text variant now read "Du har blivit
inbjuden till <Byra>" (brand casing kept) when the team has a brand.
Brandless teams keep the platform phrasing byte-identical.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): sidebar keeps cockpit mode after refresh on settings
The sidebar's cockpit/company decision on /settings/* rested on React
state remembering the surface underneath, which a hard reload wipes: a
byra user refreshing settings opened from the cockpit got the full
company nav and read it as landing in a client company. The ?ctx=byra
marker already in the URL survives reloads, so the sidebar now honors
it as the cockpit signal alongside the in-session memory.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): hide the active-company chip in byra-scoped settings
The full-page settings header (the hard-refresh fallback surface) showed
the ActiveCompanyBadge even under ?ctx=byra, so a byra user read the
auto-active client as "the company I am in". The chip now follows the
same byra-scope rule as the modal's kicker.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): tab guard no longer fires in the tab that initiated the switch
BroadcastChannel delivers the company-switch broadcast to every listener in
the same tab too, so the cockpit tab raised its own WL-09 "switched in
another tab" dialog over the hard navigation into the clicked client.
performCompanySwitch now marks the switch as self-initiated; CompanyTabSync
suppresses only the dialog for that observation (stray writes still get
their 409) and clears the marker on bfcache restore so back-navigation
regains the full guard.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(settings): styled popups for every settings dropdown
SettingsSelect rendered a native <select>, whose OS listbox cannot be
styled and clashes with the panel (same problem the team-panel role
dropdowns had). It now renders through Radix Select with the flat
dashed-underline trigger, keeping the native prop surface so all 13 call
sites work unchanged: value/defaultValue, onChange(e.target.value),
<option> children, and a hidden input that carries `name` into
SettingsFormWrapper's FormData read and raises the bubbling input event
its dirty tracking listens for. Empty-string option values map onto a
sentinel at the Radix boundary. The backup form's boxed fiscal-year
select moves to the shadcn Select with a placeholder.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): home-domain affinity redirect in middleware
Every signed-in user now homes on a domain: byra team members on their
brand's domain, everyone else on the platform app URL, except a byra's
client users, whose home is the byra domain their companies live under.
On any other product host the request redirects to the home domain's
root, where the user meets the RIGHT branded login (sessions are
per-domain by design). localhost, direct *.vercel.app hosts and IP
hosts are exempt; a 15-minute host-scoped cookie caches the "this is
home" verdict so the hot path costs zero extra queries; lookup failures
fail open. Complements the WL-01 signpost, which keeps handling
per-company homing inside a domain.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): render hero brand logo at 64px on auth pages
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): shareable invite link and re-send for byra team invites
A failed invite mail previously surfaced only as a toast description while
the invitation quietly waited for a mail that never arrived (the Arbore
case). The inviter now always has a recovery path:
- persistent share-link line after invite create/re-send: ochre attn line
with a copy action when the mail did not go out, quiet muted line with
the same action when it did
- POST /api/team/invite/[id] re-sends a pending invitation with a fresh
token and expiry (same byra-only owner/admin gates as DELETE)
- brand mail sending extracted to lib/email/send-team-invite.ts, shared
by create and re-send so the two paths cannot drift
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): sidebar shows uploaded brand logo alone, no app-name label
Byra logos usually carry their own name, so logo + text in the expanded
sidebar read as a duplicate (same founder call as BrandWordmark,
2026-08-05). The app-name label now renders only for branded hosts
without an uploaded logo.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): close the four skeptic refutations before merge
- trial seed: migration 130300 now carries the seven-key PAID body from
20260818170000 plus the byra guard, instead of silently reverting it;
pg test pins the full key set against PAID_CAPABILITIES
- byra gate: new migration 130600 adds the owner/admin gate to
create_company_for_user (v1 API + MCP path), and both surfaces resolve
the default team personal-only, so a consultant's private company can
never attach to the byra team
- home-domain: byra staff who also have canonical-homed companies are no
longer redirected off the platform host; the signpost handles per-company
homing (5 new middleware tests)
- settings selects: the Radix popup renders optgroup group headers again
(ROT/RUT work-type picker)
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* test(schema): re-baseline unresolvable-expression ceiling after #1954 catch-up merge
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): pg-real rollback-safe assertions and deep-link-preserving affinity redirect
The byra company-creation pg test asserted persisted rows through the pool
after withUserContext, which always rolls back its transaction; the
assertions now run inside the transaction after RESET ROLE. The home-domain
affinity redirect carries the original path and query across the domain hop
(PR Agent finding), so invite links and deep links survive the correction.

feat(woo): selectable revenue accounts per VAT rate in the bulk order sweep (#1908)
* feat(woo): selectable revenue accounts per VAT rate in the bulk order sweep The bulk sweep hardcoded the revenue side to the standard 3001-series, so a store selling both goods and services could not route tjansteordrar to its own revenue accounts (user request, follow-up to #1900). The bulk dialog now has a "bokforingsmall" section: per-VAT-rate revenue account inputs, shown only for rates present in the selection, prefilled with the effective defaults; only diffs from the default map are sent. Server side, BulkBookWebshopOrdersSchema gains an optional revenue_accounts map (class 3 accounts only) that buildOrderBookingLines routes each rate bucket's revenue line through; output VAT accounts stay derived from the rate and are not overridable. User-chosen accounts are never auto-created: the route verifies them against the company chart up front and aborts the whole sweep with WEBSHOP_ORDER_REVENUE_ACCOUNT_UNKNOWN naming the offenders, while accounts in the closed prefill set keep riding the existing chart repair. No hardcoded varor/tjanster preset on purpose: BAS 2026 has no standard 30xx goods/services subdivision (see DECISIONS.md). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(woo): harden the bulk revenue template per skeptic and review findings Three findings from the adversarial review of the revenue-template commit, fixed in one pass: - Build breaker: revenueAccountByRate was typed Partial<Record<...>>, making Object.values() return (string | undefined)[] and failing the production build's type-check (Vitest and ESLint both miss it). Typed as Record<number, string>; only truthy strings are ever inserted. - 3740 template collision (two skeptics, independently): choosing 3740 as a revenue account passed the class-3 gate, skipped the chart guard (it is in the closed prefill set), and made the residual bound read the templated revenue line instead of the residual, so a mangled gift-card order the sweep must refuse could book a ~499 kr gap as "oresavrundning" in an immutable verifikat. 3740 is now banned by the schema and the dialog mirror, and the residual line is identified structurally (always the last line) instead of by account lookup, which also fixes the pre-existing misdiagnosis when 3740 is used as payment_account. - Rate-classification guard (Swedish accounting review): output VAT books 2611/2621/2631 per rate regardless of template, but a custom account counts toward ruta 05 only when configured for that rate (explicit momssats, rate-mapped treatment, or rate-conforming 30x1/2/3 number + name, i.e. exactly inferDomesticSalesRate, now exported and reused). A mismatched pair is refused up front with WEBSHOP_ORDER_REVENUE_ACCOUNT_RATE_MISMATCH naming the offenders; default-set accounts are valid only for the rate they are the default for; rate-0 buckets are exempt (no output VAT, legitimate momsfri/ export accounts). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(woo): explicit momssats wins over name inference in the revenue-template guard Two Swedish accounting review findings on the rate-classification guard: - Precedence: the OR check let number+name inference qualify an account whose explicit default_vat_rate says a DIFFERENT rate (6%-configured account passing a 25% slot on its name). The guard now resolves ONE effective rate exactly like fetchDynamicVatAccounts does (explicit momssats, then rate-mapped treatment, inference only when nothing is configured) and compares that. - Rate 0 slots no longer skip the check entirely: an account whose resolved rate is TAXABLE contradicts the 0% bucket and is refused, while unconfigured momsfri/export/EU accounts stay accepted (no contradicting configuration required, not positive proof of 0%). feat(woo): select multiple orders and book them with one template sweep (#1900)
* feat(woo): select multiple orders and book them with one template sweep Adds bulk booking to the orders page (issue #1880): hover-reveal checkbox column, a bulkbar with select-all/clear, and a confirm dialog that books every selected order with the standard order template (per-store payment- method mapping, optionally one override account for the whole selection). Server side, POST /api/webshop-orders/bulk-book books each order as its OWN verifikat through the exact same flow as the single-order endpoint: the guards, FX retry and race-free draft -> claim -> commit sequence are extracted to lib/webshop-orders/book-order.ts and shared by both routes, so nothing added to the single path can miss the bulk path. Partial failure is reported per order and never aborts the batch. Fixes #1880 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(woo): replace mangled NUL byte in bulk dialog grouping key with a pipe The account-group key template literal picked up a raw 0x00 byte during generation (known escape-mangling hazard), making git treat the file as binary. Same grouping semantics, plain '|' separator. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(woo): bulk sweep only books derived lines, never guessed ones (skeptic findings) The sweep has no reviewing user, so everything the single dialog relies on a human to catch is now refused per order or aborted: - empty vat_breakdown: the ratio-inferred fallback split (a 25%+6% mixed sale classified as 12%, refunds reversing zero moms via 3004) is only allowed as the single dialog's editable prefill; bulk refuses with WEBSHOP_ORDER_VAT_BREAKDOWN_MISSING - invoice-mode payment methods: booking would foreclose Skapa faktura and post a wrong clearing leg; refused with WEBSHOP_ORDER_INVOICE_MODE_METHOD (the account override does not bypass the merchant's configured flow) - 3740 residual above ore scale (gift-card gaps booked as 'oresavrundning'): refused with WEBSHOP_ORDER_RESIDUAL_TOO_LARGE - settings-fetch failure now aborts the sweep instead of silently rebooking every order to 1686 against the confirmed dialog - maxDuration 300 so a platform kill cannot strand an order between claim and commit - per-order guard details (e.g. journal_entry_id) survive into the failure envelope The dialog mirrors the skip rules up front (named order numbers, not an anonymous count) so the confirmation describes exactly what will book. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(woo): refuse non-Swedish VAT-rate buckets in the bulk sweep A foreign OSS bucket (e.g. German 19%) passes the non-empty breakdown gate with zero residual, but the rate-to-account maps would fall back to the 25% accounts and book foreign VAT as Swedish utgaende moms 2611 (skeptic finding). The sweep now refuses such orders per order with WEBSHOP_ORDER_UNSUPPORTED_VAT_RATE (details.rates names the offending rates); the dialog mirrors the rule and names the skipped orders. Only the single dialog may show that prefill, as an editable guess. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(bookkeeping): guarded fiscal-year reset + findable Angra import (#1883) (#1897)
* feat(bookkeeping): guarded fiscal-year reset + findable Angra import (#1883) Two deliverables from the community report where a bad SIE test import left no way out short of deleting the company: A) Discoverability: the voucher list shows one attn line linking to /import?history=sie whenever the page contains import-sourced vouchers, and /import?history=sie deep-links straight into the fold-open SIE import history where per-import Angra already lives. B) Reset of an UNLOCKED fiscal year regardless of how the entries arrived: new reset_fiscal_year RPC (same gnubok.allow_delete escape hatch as undo_sie_import; no enforcement trigger touched) behind GET/POST /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id]/reset and a typed type-the-year-name confirmation dialog on the fiscal years settings list. Refuses on: locked/closed year, company lock date over any part of the year, executed year-end, arsredovisning state, later year depending on this year's UB, VAT-declared evidence (vat_settlement verifikat, SKV lock/submit audit rows, extension workflow keys, fail closed) and AGI-declared months. Entries referenced by RESTRICT/NO ACTION FKs abort the whole reset (all-or-nothing). Documents are detached, never deleted (BFL 7 kap); every delete is audit-logged plus one behandlingshistorik summary row. Fixes #1883 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): harden fiscal-year reset after skeptic review (#1883) Blocking skeptic findings on PR #1897, one consolidated pass: - New snapshot blocker cross_year_reference: an entry outside the year whose correction_of_id / reverses_id / reversed_by_id points into the year made the delete crash with an uncaught P0001 (immutability trigger refusing the ON DELETE SET NULL referential UPDATE) after an eligible:true preview, and silently severed draft chains. 12 such chains exist in prod today. - New snapshot blocker rot_rut_state: a begaran om utbetalning that reached Skatteverket (submitted/paid/partially_paid/rejected) was silently unlinked via SET NULL, erasing the bokforing behind a filed and possibly decided myndighetsarende. - Rakenskapsinformation preservation (BFL 7 kap): line-level trigger audit rows carry no company_id and header rows no amounts, so a reset destroyed konton/belopp with no company-readable trace. The RPC now archives the full content of every verifikat in company-scoped RESET_SNAPSHOT audit rows before deleting (action added to audit_log_action_check, NOT VALID), and behandlingshistorik renders them. - Dimension registry lockstep on reset (mirrors undo_sie_import): flipped imports can never be undone again, so their dimensions/values would have been orphaned forever. - EXCEPTION WHEN raise_exception now returns a typed FISCAL_YEAR_RESET_LINKED_ENTRIES envelope instead of a bare 500; gnubok.allow_delete is cleared before leaving the guarded block. - Voucher-list attn line fires only for source_type 'import': opening_balance is also written by year-end closing and the manual IB flows, which mislabelled every year-2+ company as SIE-imported. - /import?history=sie now scrolls the SIE history into view. - Reset dialog copy (sv+en) discloses that linked invoices, payments and bank transactions become unbooked; new blocker strings in both locales. - pg fixture fix: document_attachments seeded without company_id (23502); new pg tests for both blockers, RESET_SNAPSHOT rows and the lockstep. feat(woo): mark an order as already booked outside the integration (#1895)
* feat(woo): mark an order as already booked outside the integration Orders booked by hand before the store was connected sat under Att bokfora forever: the only exits were the book and create-invoice routes. - Migration: manually_booked_at/_by + optional manually_booked_journal_entry_id on webshop_orders (informational link, no financial freeze; the mark produced no accounting objects). - POST/DELETE /api/webshop-orders/[id]/mark-booked: mark with optional posted-verifikat reference (validated per company), conditional claim against concurrent booking/invoicing; unmark is a plain revert. - book and create-invoice routes refuse marked rows (409 WEBSHOP_ORDER_MANUALLY_BOOKED) and exclude them in their atomic claims. - List route: booked/unbooked filters treat a manual mark as a closed exit, so marked rows leave the Att bokfora tab and join Bokforda. - Orders page: row overflow menu with Markera som bokford / Angra markering, MarkOrderBookedDialog with a searchable candidate list of posted entries near the order date, muted status text linking to the referenced verifikat. Fixes #1879 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(woo): close skeptic findings on the manual-booked mark - mark-booked applies the same open-twin gate as book/create-invoice: an OPEN legacy feed transaction blocks the mark (409 WEBSHOP_ORDER_LEGACY_TRANSACTION_OPEN); ignored or booked feed rows unlock it, so no open path to a duplicate remains. - ingest treats manually marked rows as frozen for drift purposes: remote financial deltas set remote_changed_after_freeze (same badge as booked rows) instead of silently refreshing the row under the user's assertion. - re-marking with a journal_entry_id updates the informational link instead of silently dropping it. - dialog: candidate amount computed from the returned lines (the list API does not return total_amount), newest-first ordering, cap hint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(migrations): bump webshop manual-booking migration past freshly merged 20260825120000 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(woo): resolve PR review findings in one pass - freeze v3 migration: financial fields are frozen at the DB level while a row is manually marked as booked (review finding: the mark's freeze lived only in ingest.ts, so any other write path could silently mutate a marked row); unmark stays the escape hatch. pg test added. - pass the active locale to getErrorMessage in the orders page and MarkOrderBookedDialog (CodeRabbit: English users got Swedish errors). feat(pending): queue order toggle, entry date + notes in review, account names everywhere (#1812)
* feat(pending): queue order toggle, entry date + notes in review, account names everywhere Four review-queue gaps reported by a customer approving bokslut batches: - Oldest-first toggle: /api/pending-operations accepts order=asc|desc (default desc); the queue header gets an Äldst först / Nyast först button, remembered per browser (localStorage pending.sortOrder). - Fiscal year visible: categorize previews now carry the transaction date (preview_data.date) and render a Datum row, so two open years are distinguishable. - The agent's `notes` (audit-trail context) is shown in the detail panel as Anteckning; before, it was stored in params and never rendered. - Account names: VoucherLinesTable and PreviewKonteringTable fall back to the chart name from AccountNamesContext (6110 Kontorsmateriel · AMAZON PRIME instead of the bank text alone); useAccountNamesSource moves to a shared hook so the chat ApprovalCard provides the same names. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): call useAccountNamesSource in ApprovalCard The provider referenced accountNames without the hook call; the core build (tsc) caught it. Local tsc had not, so this also re-runs the full check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(vat): oss momskod keeps unionsordningen sales out of the momsdeklaration (#1797)
A Fortnox user with OSS sales hit the SIE import mapping step and found no
way to map OSS accounts: the momskod picker had no OSS option, 3106-style
labels ("Försäljning varor till annat EU-land, momspliktig") were suggested
as EU-varor (ruta 35), and an OSS revenue account with a sats set leaked into
ruta 05. Skatteverket: "Den försäljning som du redovisar i OSS ska du inte
redovisa i den vanliga momsdeklarationen."
- add the 'oss' revenue treatment: allowed for class 3 only, mapped to no
ruta, default rate null (destination-country rate is not a Swedish sats);
explicit 'oss' also overrides static BAS mappings such as 3001
- REVENUE_RUTA becomes a partial map where null = allowed but off the
declaration, so the class gate no longer conflates "no ruta" with
"purchase-only"
- SIE label suggestion: OSS/unionsordningen labels suggest 'oss';
momspliktig EU-varor labels are left for review instead of ruta 35
- AccountVatTreatmentSchema derives from ACCOUNT_VAT_TREATMENTS instead of a
second literal list
- migration widens the class-aware CHECK with 'oss' for class 3 (superset;
NOT VALID + VALIDATE like its predecessor); pg test extended
- sv/en labels; unit tests for resolver, suggestion, declaration exclusion
Per-country VAT rates on invoices and the quarterly EUR/ECB OSS underlag
remain unbuilt (DECISIONS.md).

fix(customers): personnummer via MCP lands in personal_number, masked everywhere; MCP payment terms follow settings (#1788)
* fix(customers): personnummer on the MCP path lands in personal_number, masked everywhere; MCP payment terms follow settings Follow-up to #1724 (Discord kalletoxic): the fix reached the web form and the v1 REST API, but not the MCP path, and the web customer list still showed a personnummer raw when it sat in org_number. Personnummer (MCP + every write path): - gnubok_create_customer gets a personal_number input. Until now it had none, so an agent creating a private person either dropped the number or put it in org_number, which nothing masks. Encrypted at staging (personal_number_encrypted + personal_number_masked; personal_number is now a forbidden staging key in staging-pii-guard), the approval preview shows ********-1234, commitCreateCustomer stores the ciphertext as-is. Idempotency hashes the masked preview (new StageOptions.idempotencyParams) because the random-IV ciphertext would make identical retries look like payload changes. - A personnummer-shaped org_number on customer_type=individual is the personnummer in the wrong field: it is moved into personal_number (encrypted) and org_number cleared, on CreateCustomerSchema (web POST, v1 POST, v1 bulk), both PATCH routes, MCP staging, and commitCreateCustomer for in-flight ops. Only a DIFFERENT personnummer next to personal_number is refused (new CUSTOMER_PERSONAL_NUMBER_CONFLICT). The business-type guard from #1724 is unchanged and now also fires at MCP staging, so the user never approves an operation that fails at commit. - Read side: the web customer list and gnubok_list_customers mask a legacy individual row's org_number personnummer instead of showing it raw; list_customers exposes personal_number_masked and never the ciphertext. - scripts/repair-customer-personal-number-in-org-number.ts moves the existing rows (dry run: 134 rows across 10 companies on prod); run by hand with --confirm after deploy. - customer-onboarding skill: EF customers follow the #1724 decision (individual + personal_number); ROT/RUT section names the real field. Payment terms (MCP): - gnubok_create_customer staged `payment_terms || 30`, so resolveDefaultPaymentTerms at commit always saw 30 and the company's invoice_default_days never reached MCP customers. Resolved at staging now, so the preview shows the value the row will get. tools/list payload ceiling 59.75K to 59.85K (descriptions trimmed first, rationale in payload-size.bench.test.ts). apiskill regenerated; no migrations. feat(reports): behandlingshistorik as PDF + systemdokumentation pointer and version (#1790)
PR 2 of the behandlingshistorik plan (stacked on #1787). - lib/reports/behandlingshistorik-pdf-template.tsx: landscape A4 react-pdf document. Fixed header (räkenskapsår, urval, legal reference, company) and footer (page x of y, generated in Europe/Stockholm), repeated table header, wrap={false} rows, no `break` props. Two sections in the order the reader needs them: "Ändringar i bokföringssystemet" (p. 9.16 second paragraph) then "Bokföringsposter i registreringsordning" (first paragraph). Meta row: generated, programversion, antal händelser, källor. Details as one wrapped paragraph per row (real-data render 371 events: 1.5 s, 23 pages). Glyphs the bundled Helvetica lacks (arrow, true minus) are mapped to ASCII. - GET /api/reports/behandlingshistorik?format=pdf with a 4 000-event guard (413 REPORT_PDF_TOO_LARGE, CSV/XLSX remain complete); PDF first in the export menu; catalog exports pdf+xlsx. - lib/reports/app-version.ts shared by the route and the archive: revision/systemdokumentation.json now carries system.version and a behandlingshistorik block (where and how it is produced, p. 9.15); the shipped systemdokumentation template §9.3 points at Rapporter > Behandlingshistorik (PDF/CSV/Excel) as well as the backup ZIP. - Settings values that are objects render as "key: value" pairs in every format; report carries category_filter so the document states its urval. - Tests: 4 PDF template tests (valid PDF, empty report, filtered range, 220-row pagination), route pdf 200 + 413, route "unknown format" moved off pdf. Prod read-only render verified visually (header, sections, paging). * feat(reports): behandlingshistorik report (BFL 5 kap. 11 §, BFNAR 2013:2 p. 9.16) Adds the per-räkenskapsår processing history as a first-class report in Rapporter (Export & arkiv), with CSV/XLSX export. Until now the behandlingshistorik only existed as raw audit_log JSON inside the Säkerhetsbackup ZIP; revisorer ask for a readable per-year document. - lib/reports/behandlingshistorik.ts: read model over journal_entries (committed_at = registreringsdatum, the complete source of bokföringsposter), the trigger-written audit_log (storno, deletions, diffs, kontoplan, settings, period lock/unlock/close, API keys, dimensions, accruals), the rättelse log, company_migration_resets, sie_imports and bank_file_imports. Field-level diffs with Swedish labels; company_settings restricted to processing-relevant keys (p. 9.16 second paragraph); kontoplan seeding and bulk underlag deletions collapse into one summary row; actor labels for users, API keys, MCP, agent, cron and system; fiscal-year mode unions audit rows touching the year's entries regardless of timestamp (bokslut/storno land after period_end), date-range mode narrows by registration time. - GET /api/reports/behandlingshistorik?period_id&from_date&to_date&category&format (json|csv|xlsx), withRouteContext + Zod, e-mail labels via service-role profiles lookup scoped to the ids in the result, app version stamped. - Report catalog row + focused view (category filter, export menu), sv/en. - Tests: 30 read-model tests, 10 route tests; smoke-tested read-only on prod. feat(mileage): suggest driving distance from the from/to addresses (#1778)
* feat(mileage): suggest driving distance from the from/to addresses When both endpoints are typed in the trip form (create mode), a debounced lookup geocodes them via Nominatim and fetches the driving distance via OSRM, both proxied through /api/mileage/distance so addresses leave only our server, without user identifiers. The suggestion renders as a click-to-apply hint under the distance field, never auto-fills, and stays fully editable. Tooltip shows what the geocoder matched. In-instance caching (24h hits, 10min misses) plus 1.1s politeness spacing keep usage inside the OSM public-endpoint policies. OSMF is disclosed as a data recipient on the privacy page. Requested by a beta user: first-time routes had to be measured by hand; route memory (PR #1657) only helps from the second trip onward. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mileage): resolve skeptic findings on the distance suggestion Compliance: routing switched from router.project-osrm.org (demo server, non-commercial use only) to FOSSGIS's routing.openstreetmap.de; the lookup is now click-triggered ("Foresla stracka") instead of as-you-type, per Nominatim's no-autocomplete policy; visible OpenStreetMap attribution next to the applied suggestion; privacy page reworked to name OSMF and FOSSGIS e.V. as independent recipients outside the sub-processor table, with an honest note that typed addresses can themselves be personal data. Correctness: suggestion-cache key separator changed from '|' (collidable by address text) to newline; routes rounding to 0.0 km are no longer suggested (the form rejects 0); the Nominatim politeness queue is bounded at 3s wait and bails to null instead of holding request handlers open. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mileage): resolve CodeRabbit findings on the distance suggestion A generation counter invalidates in-flight lookups when the route or km field changes or the dialog closes, so a slow response can never write an old route's distance into a changed form. Privacy page now states each recipient's actual payload (Nominatim gets address texts, FOSSGIS only coordinates), discloses the 24h in-memory server cache, and carries today's revision date. fix(customers): personnummer guard + personal_number on v1 + payment terms from settings (#1724)
* fix(customers): stop personnummer landing unmasked as org_number, persist personal_number on v1, default payment terms from settings
Closes #1707. Closes #1708.
Personnummer (#1707, Discord kalletoxic):
- CreateCustomerSchema rejects an org_number shaped like a Swedish
personal identity number on business customer_types. Only
customer_type=individual rows are masked in lists, so accepting one
stored an unmasked personal identifier (GDPR art. 5.1 c). The shape
check uses the month-position rule (legal-entity orgnr always
carries >= 20), so real orgnr can never false-positive.
- The v1 create, v1 PATCH and bulk-create endpoints accepted
personal_number through the shared schema but silently dropped it.
They now store it encrypted, expose it masked (********-1234) on the
single-customer surfaces, and treat the masked form as unchanged,
mirroring the internal routes.
- Route-level guards on both PATCH routes (new 400
CUSTOMER_ORG_NUMBER_IS_PERSONAL) plus a client-side message in
CustomerForm (sv + en).
Payment terms (#1708, Discord kalletoxic):
- New resolveDefaultPaymentTerms: provided value, else
company_settings.invoice_default_days, else 30. Wired into the UI
new-customer dialog, the internal POST, v1 create (incl. dry-run),
bulk-create and the MCP staged create_customer.
apiskill regenerated; no migrations.

feat(notices): one aggregated notice line instead of stacked degraded-state banners (#1733)
* feat(notices): lib/notices aggregator + single notice line on Hem
Degraded-state surfaces (broken/expiring bank connections, Skatteverket
reconnect, failing cloud backups, wrong-account hint) each hand-rolled
their own detection and stacked independently on the dashboard. This adds
lib/notices, mirroring lib/worklist, as the single owner of every health
predicate, and de-clutters the surfaces:
- lib/notices/{types,predicates,categories,aggregate}: five documented
categories with a fixed priority order; every predicate soft-fails to
null; pure decision helpers live in predicates.ts so 'use client' pages
can import them without pulling server-only modules. Broken supersedes
expiring for the same bank connection by construction (status filter).
- GET /api/notices + POST /api/notices/dismiss (withRouteContext), and a
notice_dismissals table (per company+user+notice_id, RLS user-scoped).
Notice ids embed a state discriminator, so a dismissal hides exactly
the state the user saw and a NEW failure surfaces again.
- Hem renders only the highest-priority notice as ONE AttnLine where the
boxed BackupHealthBanner card sat (banner deleted; its multi-provider
sentence logic moved into the backup_failing predicate), with a quiet
"+N till" inline expander. otherAccountHint joins the same list as the
lowest-priority category instead of an unconditional extra line.
- transactions and skattekonto keep their own AttnLine copy/CTA but source
the reconnect decision from the shared skvStatusNeedsReconnect /
skvAuthErrorNeedsReconnect predicates; Hem's Bevaka row imports the
expiring-consent day-math instead of duplicating it.
- design.md convention 6 addendum: max one global notice line + max one
page-domain attn line (locked convention: needs founder sign-off).
- i18n: new notices namespace in sv+en; moved banner/hint keys deleted.
- notice_dismissals classified as archive-excluded (UI state, not
räkenskapsinformation) to satisfy the full-archive contract.
SkatteverketPromoCard keeps its localStorage dismiss for now; migrating it
to notice_dismissals is a follow-up.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(notices): stable dismissals with reaping, bounded ids, unnamed-bank copy
Review fixes on the notice aggregator:
- Migration renamed 20260819080000 -> 20260819190000_notice_dismissals.sql
(version collision with another in-flight PR; content unchanged).
- backup_failing dismissal stability: the id no longer embeds
last_auto_sync_at / needs_reauth_at, which the cron re-stamps while the
SAME incident persists and so resurrected a dismissed notice daily. The
id is now stable per (provider, reason), and the opposite direction is
kept correct by stale-dismissal reaping in getCompanyNotices: when a
category is currently healthy, the caller's stored dismissals for that
category (matched on the 'category:' id prefix) are best-effort deleted,
so error -> dismiss -> healthy (reaped) -> new error resurfaces. Audit of
the other ids: bank ids embed connection id + status/expiry and skv
embeds the incident's first-error/expiry timestamp (markNeedsReconsent
only fires post-connect), all stable per incident; they get the same
reaping as hygiene. Contract documented on Notice.id in types.ts.
- NULL bank_name no longer interpolates the Swedish fallback 'banken' into
the English message: a bank_broken_one_unnamed message variant (sv + en)
is selected instead of a name param.
- Bounded notice ids: folding several connections into one discriminator
now collapses to count + first 8 hex of a sha256 over the sorted parts
(node:crypto, server-only) instead of concatenating uuids; single
connection ids stay human-readable. Dismiss schema cap tightened to 200
with an updated rationale.
- Tests: persisting failure stays dismissed across two aggregations,
healthy state reaps, new failure after reap resurfaces, hint never
reaped, failed reap swallowed, 30-connection id under 200 chars and
stable across orderings, unnamed-bank variant, sorted backup id stable
across cron re-stamps.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* test(notices): pg-real coverage for the notice_dismissals policies
The coverage gate is right to flag the migration: every policy on this table
binds company membership AND auth.uid(), and nothing exercised it. The suite
pins the property that makes the table different from the rest of the schema:
a dismissal is personal, so a colleague in the same company keeps seeing a
notice the other member hid. It also covers the upsert re-stamp (which needs
the UPDATE policy), cross-tenant refusal, dismissing on behalf of another
user, the caller-scoped DELETE that reaping relies on, and the composite key.
Falsification-verified against a real Postgres: weakening the SELECT policy
to company-only scoping fails the colleague-isolation test.

feat(supplier-invoices): dokument-forst editor rebuild (prototype shell + 4 flow optimizations) (#1653)
* refactor(supplier-invoices): extract payload builder and form hooks, pin wire contract with parity tests Zero visual/behavioral change. Pulls the pure payload builder (buildSupplierInvoicePayload + inferVatTreatment + vatRateFromAi) out of NewSupplierInvoiceForm into lib/supplier-invoices/form-payload.ts and pins it with a mode/feature-matrix parity test suite (document_id vs inbox, privately paid due-date default, reverse charge rate forcing, accrual attach/drop, dimensions bags, apply_slp validity, FX parsing, empty-string stripping, ore_rounding passthrough). Also extracts, verbatim: the VatRateCell/RcRateSelect cells, the reference data loading hook (suppliers/accounts/settings/periods), the inbox AI prefill hook (exposing applyInboxItem for reuse), and the submit orchestration hook (endpoint chooser, three submit paths, duplicate-number conflict recovery, inbox field sync-back). Deliberately NOT moved: the effect-ordering couplings (pendingAccountFillRef/accountFillTick supplier-defaults dance, the icke-momsregistrerad gross-up re-run keyed on hasPrefilled, the RC accrual-clearing effect, per-currency FX touched flags) stay in the component untouched; their ordering semantics are load-bearing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(supplier-invoices): dokument-forst editor rebuild with prototype shell and four flow optimizations Rebuilds NewSupplierInvoiceForm to the approved Leverantorsflodet prototype: single 640px column, flat sections (Underlag first, then Leverantor, Fakturauppgifter, Kontering, Forval, Summering), honest state marks (RequiredMark, sage checks for binary facts, muted row counts), a single ochre next-step line (aria-live polite) whose link focuses the missing field, and a sticky bottom action bar with the live total that binds to the dialog scroll container in bare mode and the page panel scroll standalone. Dokument-forst (1): the standalone upload now tries the invoice-inbox pipeline over HTTP first (POST upload, poll items/:id past 'processing'), then runs the same applyInboxItem prefill path as an inbox arrival (settle tint on filled fields, reset(getValues()) dirty baseline, submit through the convert endpoint so the document links and the item is stamped). Extension off or extraction failed degrades to the plain /api/documents attachment; manual entry is never blocked. Total cross-check (2): optional "Totalt enligt fakturan" field in Summering, client-only compare against the displayed payable (sage match line, terracotta diff line), prefilled from extraction totals. Duplicate advisory (3): new index-only GET /api/supplier-invoices/exists (withRouteContext + validateQuery, mirrors the partial unique index's credited/reversed exclusion, full route tests), debounce-called on fakturanummer change; terracotta field-adjacent line with a link to the existing invoice. The structured 409 conflict dialog stays the backstop. Terms-based due date (4): muted caption "Fran leverantorens villkor (N dagar)" when auto-set, re-derives on invoice-date and supplier change, stops the moment the user or the AI supplies a date; terms 0 leaves the field empty with "Star pa fakturan". OCR hint (5): "Anvands i betalningsfilen." under the payment reference when the chosen supplier has bankgiro or plusgiro. Table model: rows start empty; the ghost tfoot entry row (never part of form state) commits an account via the existing AccountCombobox (opens on focus, Enter commits) and moves focus to the new row's amount cell; the supplier default/history fill plants the first row when the table is empty. Row controls are hover-revealed via HOVER_REVEAL_CLASS at a 24px hit area with per-row aria-labels carrying the description. The primary button is never disabled pre-click for writable users (in-flight only); every submit-time hard block stays in onSubmit; viewers keep the lock treatment. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): re-run gross-up per apply, guard deferred prefill, honest un-plant - Gross-up/zero-rate pass for icke momsregistrerade re-runs per applied extraction (applyCount bumps in applyInboxItem) instead of keying on the one-shot hasPrefilled flag: a remove + re-upload could previously push AI 25 % rates to the convert endpoint with the moms columns hidden. - Deferred extraction on the standalone upload path no longer overwrites what the user typed mid-poll: the result auto-applies only while the form is pristine (live isDirty ref), otherwise it is buffered behind a quiet "Tolkning klar" click-to-apply line. Inbox arrivals are unchanged. - Supplier-switch un-plant keeps rows the user edited in ANY field, not just amount (plant-time snapshot compare in lib/supplier-invoices/planted-rows.ts, since dirtyFields is unreliable for appended array rows), clearing only the stale account; untouched plant-created rows are still removed and rows that existed before the fill are never removed. - default_expense_account plants now register in plantedRef too, so a supplier switch un-plants them under the same rules as history plants. - applyInboxItem reads suppliers through a ref: the 90 s poll no longer resolves matched suppliers against a stale empty list. - The duplicate advisory bumps its seq in the clear branch, so an in-flight exists response cannot resurrect a warning under a cleared field. - Drop 7 orphaned supplier_invoice_editor keys from both message files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): retry the entry-row focus hand-off on the next frame A single requestAnimationFrame after appending the row can fire before the new amount input's ref is mounted, silently dropping the focus hand-off (observed in headless verification). One retry frame makes the signature interaction reliable. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): deterministic entry-row focus hand-off via effect The rAF retry still lost to the dialog focus scope re-parking focus when the entry input remounts mid-commit. An effect keyed on the pending row index runs after the new row's input has mounted and wins deterministically. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): comma-tolerant amount cell and surviving focus routing The focus trace exposed two real issues behind a probe mystery: the amount cell was type=number (ArrowDown decrements money by 0.01, Enter fires the form's implicit submit mid-edit, and Swedish comma decimals are rejected outright), and the supplier menu's close-autofocus yanked focus back to the trigger, undoing the routed hand-off to the invoice-number field. AmountCell mirrors VatRateCell's draft pattern: text input with decimal inputMode, digits-and-one-separator whitelist, Enter commits via blur. The supplier DropdownMenuContent prevents default close autofocus.
