fix(transactions): confirm and allow undo on a counterparty booking (#1292)
Booking via "Tidigare motparter" ended on a bare setExitingIds().add(id): the row animated out of the inbox and that was the entire feedback. No "Bokförd" toast, no Ångra, no unbooked-count decrement, and the id was never removed from exitingIds again, so an undo would have restored the row's data while leaving it filtered out of the list. Extracted runCategorize's success tail into one finishBooking() rather than copying the toast into the counterparty branch: the counterparty path was already a second, thinner implementation of it, which is why it drifted. Both paths and the counterparty activate-and-retry go through it now, pinned by a parity test. Also fixed on the way: - handleTransactionBooked (manual booking dialog / voucher match) never decremented the unbooked count, so the header read one too high until the next refetch. It deliberately gets no Ångra: its `matched` branch links the transaction to a PRE-EXISTING verifikat, and /uncategorize storno-reverses whatever journal_entry_id the transaction points at. - The 350ms animation timer re-applied the booked shape unconditionally, so an Ångra resolving inside that window left the client claiming a journal_entry_id the server had already storno-reversed. A completed undo now wins. - finishBooking cleared processingId unconditionally; scoped to the finished id so it cannot wipe an unrelated row's spinner. No migrations. |

fix: counterparty template pick crashes the page (#1291)
Picking a suggestion under "Tidigare motparter" in Bokför transaktion replaced
the page with "Något gick fel". handleOpenTemplateReview built the review state
from `{ id, name_sv } as BookingTemplate`, so `template.debit_account` was
undefined, reached QuickReviewDialog's required `defaultAccount: string`, and
threw on `accountOverride.startsWith('2')` during the first render.
Typed the dialog's template prop as a narrow ReviewTemplate whose optional
fields are actually optional, so the cast disappears and the compiler owns this
class of bug. Also carries the counterparty's learned accounts and VAT (the
preview showed the category fallback, not what the server books) and decides
"is this a counterparty booking" from the template id rather than the presence
of a line_pattern (single-line templates got an account/VAT editor the
categorize route discards).
Five more page-crashes of the same shape, adversarially verified:
- suppliers/[id] and supplier-invoices/[id] passed the error envelope OBJECT as
a toast description. The Toaster is a sibling of {children} in the ROOT
layout, so that throw escapes both segment error boundaries onto global-error.
- components/reports/views wrote the same object into a useState<string | null>
at 13 sites and rendered it bare.
- components/ui/toaster.tsx now coerces non-renderable values as a choke point.
- skattekonto read data.informationstext.length off Skatteverket's raw JSON,
where the field is not required.
- TicWorkspace read profile.statuses.length off a persisted jsonb blob. 17 of 17
prod rows predate the TIC v2 upgrade (#584) and lack the key, so that
workspace was in the error boundary for every company that had opened it.
Plus hardening: formatCurrency coerces a null currency to SEK (prod has 0 NULL
across 28 416 transactions, so defense not a live bug) and cleanSignatory
returns [] for a missing description.
Verified by rendering the real dialog against a throwaway /sandbox route: the
pre-fix prop shape reproduces the exact error boundary, the fixed one renders
D: 6570 Bankavgifter / K: 1930 Företagskonto and the matching verifikat.
No migrations.

feat(categorize): dimension bags end-to-end + runtime template learning (#1273)
* feat(categorize): dimension bags end-to-end + runtime template learning The categorize path could not tag: categorize-core accepted a dimensions bag but no route or UI ever passed one, and runtime template learning dropped the bag entirely (only SIE import produced dimension-carrying patterns). - CategorizeTransactionSchema gains dimensions; the dashboard route, v1 single and v1 batch-categorize apply it to the mapping result's business lines (explicit bag wins over a learned counterparty bag). - categorization_templates.default_dimensions (migration 20260728091000) records the bag of the latest tagged booking; latest-explicit-wins, an untagged booking never erases it. Applied on the legacy single-line template path and the mirrored-refund path; multi-line SIE patterns keep their authoritative per-entry bags. - QuickReviewDialog gets a LineDimensionFields picker (dimensions_enabled gate, same as BulkBookDialog), prefilled from the counterparty suggestion's learned bag; hidden for multi-line patterns whose per-line bags would ignore an edit. Fix/07 27 (#1271)
* fix(enable-banking): keep bank account mappings across reconnects and surface dead sessions A PSD2 reconnect silently moved the user's ledger mapping. Account identity came from the provider's account uid, which does not survive a re-authorization at every ASPSP, and a fresh connect to an already-connected bank mints a new bank_connections row regardless. Both paths looked like "an account we have never seen", so the allocator handed out the next free 19xx slot and a 1930/1940/1941 mapping came back as 1942-1946 on every consent renewal, roughly quarterly per connection. Match on the IBAN instead. resolvePsd2LedgerAccount() finds the existing cash_accounts row by normalized IBAN before allocating, and upsertFromPsd2 promotes that row in place rather than inserting a second one, so it keeps its id and its linked transactions and is re-pointed at the connection that just authorized. The previous holder's connection status is deliberately ignored: one IBAN is one physical account, and the old row often still reads 'active' because the bank killed the session without telling us. The allocator also stopped treating a 19xx number as free just because no cash_accounts row holds it. A chart imported from SIE carries the company's real bank accounts by name with no PSD2 row behind them, which is how a SEK company account got proposed as an unrelated brokerage account. Overflow now skips chart-occupied numbers, falling back only when nothing unnamed is left. Dead connections kept rendering as "Aktiv": status only ever changed when a transaction fetch failed, so a session killed bank-side stayed healthy-looking with a stale last_synced_at while the user read old balances as current. Add probeSessionHealth() and run it in the daily cron over every connection that run did not prove alive, including the ones the loop skips silently (capability gate, all accounts deselected) and the ones parked in pending_selection that the cron never looked at. It acts only on a definite dead answer; anything ambiguous leaves the row alone, since a wrong flip costs a full BankID re-authorization. The all-accounts-deselected branch is reclassified 'synced' to 'skipped' for the same reason: it never contacts the bank, so it must not count as proof of life. The settings row warns when an active connection has not synced in three days or has never synced. Which company a connection belongs to was invisible. Everything was already scoped to ctx.companyId, so there was no cross-tenant leak, but a bank authorized while the wrong company was active looked identical to the right one. Name the company on the connect surface and in the account picker, and say where the connection went when the callback lands under a different active company. Warn (bypassably) before authorizing a bank where the same user already holds live connections in other companies: several ASPSPs allow one active AIS session per login, so the new authorization can kill the others. The history start date already defaulted to the fiscal-year start; the card above it recommended a mid-year date and contradicted the selected option. It now states the fact and offers the shortcut without presenting it as advice. Not addressed: sharing one PSD2 session across companies. company_id is the tenancy anchor on bank_connections and cash_accounts hangs off (company_id, bank_connection_id), so that needs the session to become its own entity. See DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): show the posted line description in the voucher preview The "Verifikation som bokförs" preview built its expense debit lines with description set to the raw account number, so the BESKRIVNING column showed "5615" or "6990" where the posted verifikat actually says "Leverantörsfaktura 123, ACME AB". A hardcoded 11-entry ACCOUNT_LABELS map masked this for 2440/2641/26xx, which is why the column read as a mix of friendly labels and bare account numbers, neither of which was the posted text. The preview now renders exactly the line_description the engine writes: the shared invoice-level text on expense lines and 2440, "Ingående moms {rate}% {desc}" on 2641, and the reverse-charge pair taken straight from generateReverseChargeLines instead of being re-derived locally. buildSupplierDescription moves into its own dependency-free module so the client-side preview can call it without pulling the journal engine (and its Supabase server client) into the browser bundle. The account name stays reachable on the AccountNumber hover card. Picked option A from the issue, keeping the fixed invoice-level description rather than propagating each item's own text: the customer-invoice side already writes invoice-level descriptions, so per-item text would create an inconsistency between the two invoice sides rather than remove one, and it would need an aggregation-collision policy in the journal engine. Rationale recorded in DECISIONS.md. Refs #1258 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): restore the copy icon on verifikat rows The row-language rewrite in #1123 reused the copy icon's slot for the new expand toggle, removing the zero-click copy affordance from the bookkeeping list without mentioning it. The leftover orphaned copy_voucher_tooltip key in both message files is what identifies it as collateral rather than a product decision. Restore a copy icon in the row's right-edge action cell, reusing that key for aria-label and title. stopPropagation keeps the click off the row's expand toggle. The icon is hover-revealed on md+ and always visible below it: #1123 collapsed the desktop table and the mobile card into one responsive table, so hover-only would leave touch users with nothing. Copy is no longer gated on posted. The copy_from handler and the GET journal-entries route never looked at status, so copying a draft already worked end-to-end and only the detail-page button hid it; the two list surfaces were already ungated. Both list affordances now respect canWrite, which previously dropped read-only users into a dialog they could not submit. The repo does not render components in tests, which is why #1123 removed this silently. Pin the source shape instead, the same way the copy-invoice query is pinned. Closes #1266 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): revalidate stale invoice match pointers before offering a match potential_invoice_id / potential_supplier_invoice_id are written once, at bank import, and never revisited. When one of several identical recurring invoices was settled by a different transaction, every other transaction kept pointing at the now fully paid invoice. The match dialog then measured the bank amount against a 0 kr remaining balance and reported a "Beloppen skiljer sig ... fakturan blir delbetald" partial payment, and the worklist offered the same dead suggestion as a one-click confirm row. Worse, the manual escape hatch was hidden exactly when it was needed: TransactionInboxCard only shows "Matcha mot leverantörsfaktura" when no suggestion exists, so a stale pointer left the user with no way at all to reach the correct invoice. Fixed by revalidating at read time rather than by clearing sibling pointers on settle. Invoices are settled through many paths (both match routes, mark-paid, MCP, bank reconciliation, SIE import), so write-time cleanup leaks the moment one is missed, while the candidate lookup covers every route into the list. The shared accept-lists in lib/invoices/matchable-statuses.ts mirror the CAS guards the match routes already enforce. - listSuggestedMatches and the transactions page candidate fetch filter on status + remaining_amount, so a settled candidate yields no suggestion and the manual picker reappears on its own. - InvoiceMatchDialog blocks a settled target with a distinct message and a disabled confirm. Not advisory: both routes reject it outright with MATCH_INVOICE_ALREADY_PAID / MATCH_SI_ALREADY_PAID, so no override could succeed. - The supplier detail card now shows remaining_amount like the customer branch, instead of total. On a partially paid invoice it used to print "1 250 kr" directly beside "Differens: 1 250 kr". - match-supplier-invoice clears potential_supplier_invoice_id on the transaction it just matched, mirroring the customer route. No bookkeeping was ever at risk: both routes already refused a settled target before creating a voucher. The damage was confined to a misleading dialog and a dead end. createQueuedMockSupabase gains passive call recording (calls / findCall / findCalls) because the proxy swallowed filter and update arguments, which made the new assertions inexpressible. Refs #1259, #1260 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick (#1256) * feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick The webhook dispatcher ran only on a per-minute cron, so the floor on delivery latency was up to 60 seconds plus the request. An external consumer that wanted to react as a transaction landed had only one alternative: polling /api/events, which the 100 rpm per-key limit makes expensive and which still cannot beat the tick interval. Schedules one dispatch cycle as soon as deliveries are enqueued. The cron is unchanged and remains the retry and sweep path; this only moves the first attempt forward. Wired into the event-bus fanout plus the two routes that enqueue a delivery directly: the :test verb, whose entire purpose is telling someone whether their receiver works, and the manual delivery retry. Three properties are load-bearing and covered by tests. The kick is never awaited, because eventBus.emit is awaited at ~99 call sites including journal_entry.committed and each delivery can burn a 10 s receiver timeout. It coalesces per function instance, so a bulk booking that emits once per row does not schedule one claim round trip per row. It claims 5 rows rather than the cron's 50, because it runs on the tail of a user-facing request. Double delivery is not a risk: claim_due_webhook_deliveries already claims FOR UPDATE SKIP LOCKED and flips rows to in_flight in the same statement, so a kick racing the cron sees disjoint rows. Does not close #1201, which asks for a realtime stream for API consumers. This is the cheap half. Refs #1201 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(webhooks): stop claiming the kick makes double delivery impossible Adversarial review of the previous commit caught an overstatement in its own comments. SKIP LOCKED keeps a kick and the cron from claiming the same row at the same moment, but claim_due_webhook_deliveries autocommits before any POST is issued, so from then on ownership is only status='in_flight' and a later cycle's recoverStuckInFlight sweep can re-arm a row still queued behind an earlier cycle's serial loop. Delivery is at-least-once, which is what the public docs already tell receivers ("the same delivery id may arrive more than once ... idempotency is on you"). The comments contradicted that. No behaviour change. The kick does not create this window: the cron claims 50 rows serially against the same 20 s stuck threshold, which is wider than what a batch of 5 can open. Refs #1201 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base (#1253) * fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base sumPostedYearEndDispositions reconstructs resultat fore skatt for the tax calculation, because generateIncomeStatement excludes every source_type='year_end' entry. It summed class 88 and 7533 but not 78xx, so planenlig avskrivning posted by the bokslut flow (lib/bokslut/assets/depreciation-engine.ts) was dropped from the income statement and never added back. The bolagsskatt base and the periodiseringsfond 25 % cap were therefore computed on an overstated result: tax too high by roughly 20.6 % of the depreciation. Also exclude the period's final bokslutsverifikation from the fetch. It carries source_type='year_end' as well and reverses every P&L account, 78xx/88xx/7533 included (verified against production closing entries), so once the year is closed it would cancel the add-back this function exists to produce. That hazard already applied to 88xx and 7533; the fix closes it for all three rather than widening it. Scope is deliberately the tax base only. Making the standalone resultatrakning show bokslut entries is a separate, larger change: the same exclusion is duplicated in the kpi_report_aggregates RPC, it moves displayed profit for every company that ran the bokslut flow, and it means removing the add-back at four call sites. Refs #1051 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): scope the closing-entry lookup to the company and fail loudly Review (CodeRabbit + the compliance swarm, ASVS V8.2.1) flagged the new fiscal_periods read in sumPostedYearEndDispositions on two counts, both fair. It filtered only on the period id while every sibling query in the same function carries the tenant scope. Primary key or not, service-role paths have no RLS to fall back on and the repo's rule is to filter company_id explicitly, so it now does. It also discarded the query error. That mattered more than it looks: a failed read fell through to closingEntryId = null, which silently re-admits the closing verifikat's 78xx/88xx reversals and understates the tax base, i.e. exactly the failure this lookup was added to prevent. It now throws, and the surrounding catch turns it into the existing 'Failed to read posted dispositions' error. A wrong bolagsskatt is worse than a loud failure. Two regression tests: the lookup carries both eq filters, and a lookup failure propagates instead of degrading to a wrong number. Refs #1051 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(storage): drop the client-side DELETE policy on the documents bucket (#1254) * fix(storage): drop the client-side DELETE policy on the documents bucket 20240101000024 documents this bucket as WORM: "No UPDATE or DELETE policies". That described the repo, not production. Production carries a users_delete_own_documents policy that exists in no migration file: FOR DELETE TO authenticated USING (bucket_id = 'documents' AND (storage.foldername(name))[2] = auth.uid()::text) Under it, the uploading user can delete the storage bytes of any document they uploaded under the legacy documents/{userId}/... layout, using nothing but their normal browser token. That includes documents linked to a posted verifikat, which are rakenskapsinformation under the BFL 7 kap 2 § seven-year retention duty. deleteDocument()'s linked-check and the block_document_deletion() trigger both guard the document_attachments ROW, not the object: the row survives, still pointing at a file that is gone. Reproduced against a local replay of the full migration stream: with the policy present the uploader's own DELETE removes the object; with it dropped the same statement matches zero rows. Company-scoped keys were never exposed (their second path segment is the company id, not auth.uid()), so this only ever reached the legacy layout, which is where most documents still live. Safe because every in-app remove() on this bucket already runs on the service role, covered by service_role_all_documents. Deliberately narrow: users_read_own_documents and users_upload_own_documents stay. The Phase B backfill from 20260726092000 has not run, so dropping the legacy SELECT policy now would make existing documents unreadable. That is Phase C. The pg-real test asserts no DELETE and no UPDATE policy over the bucket under ANY name: the hole arrived under a name this repo never used, so pinning a name would not have caught it. Refs #1208 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(storage): make the WORM ratchet see FOR ALL and WITH CHECK policies Review caught two blind spots in the ratchet, both fair. It matched only polcmd 'd' and 'w', but polcmd '*' (FOR ALL) grants DELETE and UPDATE just as effectively, and FOR ALL is the shape the one legitimate policy on this table already uses, so a hostile one would look unremarkable in the catalogue. It also read only polqual, so an UPDATE policy carrying its bucket restriction in WITH CHECK was invisible. Both assertions now run through one helper that covers d/w/*, concatenates USING and WITH CHECK, and filters by grantee so service_role_all_documents (how the application does its authorized deletes) is excluded while every client-reachable role is not. A policy granted to PUBLIC has an empty polroles, which is the most permissive case there is, so it is treated as client-reachable rather than as "no roles". Matching on the substring rather than the exact `bucket_id = 'documents'` shape pg_get_expr emits today: a policy written as bucket_id::text or with the comparison reversed would slip past a stricter match, and for a WORM ratchet a false alarm is cheap while a silent hole is not. Adds a probe case that creates a FOR ALL policy and asserts the helper sees it, so the main assertion cannot pass vacuously. That case earned its keep immediately: it caught that node-postgres hands back a raw string for a name[] column, so the role filter needed rolname::text to work at all. Verified against a local replay of the full migration stream: red with the original prod FOR DELETE policy present, red with a FOR ALL probe, green without either. Full pg-real suite 933 passed. Refs #1208 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(storage): catch a destructive policy that names no bucket at all Adversarial review of the previous commit found the ratchet still failed open, and reproduced it: a policy with no bucket_id predicate covers EVERY bucket, documents included, so gating on the bucket name discarded exactly the widest hole. The concrete shape is Supabase's own stock "Enable delete for users based on user_id" template, USING (auth.uid() = owner), which is the single most likely form of a future dashboard edit. A destructive policy is now in scope unless it provably cannot reach this bucket, i.e. only a bucket_id predicate naming some other bucket exempts it. The behavioural assertions had the matching blind spot: fixtures were seeded without an owner, so an owner-based policy matched NULL and the DELETE reported 0 rows for the wrong reason. Objects now carry an owner the way storage-api stamps them in production, so those tests fail loudly instead of passing by accident. Two probes pin both directions: a bucketless policy must be reported (and is shown to really permit the delete), and a policy scoped to another bucket must not be, so the ratchet cannot start crying wolf on receipts or sie-files and get switched off. Verified against a local replay of the full migration stream: red with the stock bucketless template installed, green without it. Full pg-real suite 935 passed. Refs #1208 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(kontoplan): make a deactivated account reachable again (#1262) is_active=false read as "does not exist" on every read path but as "exists" on the (company_id, account_number) unique constraint, so a deactivated account vanished from the kontoplan with no way back and re-creating it answered "Kontonummer X finns redan i din kontoplan." The write side was already correct: POST /accounts/activate has a toReactivate branch and PUT /accounts/[number] accepts is_active:true. Both were simply unreachable, so this opens routes to them rather than relaxing the read filters, which are load-bearing for AccountsNotInChartError. - Kontoplan gets a "Visa inaktiva" filter; inactive rows carry an "Inaktiv" chip and the existing per-row switch reactivates them in one click. - Deactivating an account that has posted lines now warns first, using the usage count already loaded for the Verifikat column. - POST /accounts distinguishes the two collisions and returns the new ACCOUNT_EXISTS_INACTIVE code; AddAccountDialog offers "Aktivera kontot istallet" rather than a dead-end 409. The stored account is left exactly as it was; values typed into the failed create form are not applied. - bas-lookup consults the company's own chart before the static BAS reference, so a deactivated custom account reads as known and "Aktivera och bokfor" is no longer disabled for it. New in_chart / is_active fields let callers tell "will be added" from "will be revived". - BAS-katalog stops showing "Aktiverat" for an account the company holds but has deactivated; it falls through to a relabelled Aktivera button, and the per-class counts follow. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): flag foreign 0 % lines with reverse charge switched off (#1255) * fix(supplier-invoices): flag foreign 0 % lines with reverse charge switched off A foreign supplier charging no Swedish VAT is normally omvand skattskyldighet. With the reverse-charge switch off, createSupplierInvoiceRegistrationEntry emits neither the 26x4 output leg nor the 44xx/45xx basis lines, so ruta 20-24, 30-32 and 48 all stay empty and the momsdeklaration takes a shape Skatteverket rejects. For a fully deductible purchase the net moms att betala is unchanged, which is exactly why this goes unnoticed. The form already auto-ticks reverse charge for eu_business but not for non_eu_business, so that path slips through silently. Adds a pure helper plus a non-blocking banner cloned from the existing rc_account_warning block. Deliberately silent for swedish_business, where 0 % is a genuine exemption that belongs in no ruta at all, and phrased as a question rather than an assertion: a non-EU goods purchase cleared at customs is legitimately 0 % without reverse charge, and pushing that user into ticking the switch would manufacture a new wrong verifikat. Does not add the exempt/import/other picker the issue proposes: supplier_invoices.vat_treatment is metadata that no booking or ruta mapping reads, and the codebase cannot book import VAT at all, so an import option would imply ruta 50/60 were handled when they are not. Refs #1042 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): name the local-VAT case in the foreign 0 % hint Review flagged that the most common foreign document a Swedish small company sees is an invoice carrying the supplier's OWN local VAT, booked at 0 % Swedish VAT with reverse charge correctly off. The banner fires there, and the previous copy only offered "momsfri av annat skal, till exempel en varuimport" as the way out, which does not describe that invoice at all: it is not VAT-free, it carries foreign VAT. Names both legitimate cases explicitly and says 0 % is correct in them, so the hint cannot read as an instruction to tick reverse charge on a purchase where that would produce a wrong verifikat. Title also narrowed to "utan svensk moms" for the same reason. Refs #1042 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(sandbox): call the sandbox assistant Assistenten, not Anna (#1244) A named persona earns its name once someone has been through onboarding and chosen it: it is their assistant and they named it. Nobody in the sandbox chose anything, so a first name reads as a character the product invented and implies a relationship the visitor never opted into. Both halves move together, which is the point. profile_summary is the agent's own self-description inside the system prompt, so leaving it as "Du är Anna" would have the header say one thing while the assistant introduces itself as another in its first sentence. Nothing else in the stack checks that pairing, so a test now does. Scope: this changes the seed, so new sandbox companies get the new name. The 483 sandbox profiles already seeded keep 'Anna' (the seeder returns early once a profile exists, and its caller only runs while verified_at is null). Backfilling those is a production write on demo data and is being raised separately rather than smuggled into a code change. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): show the last posted voucher per series in report headers Adds a "Senaste bokforda verifikat: A 214, B 37" line to the balans- and resultatrapport, so a printed or exported report answers which vouchers are actually in it rather than only which dates it spans (#1267). Reads MAX(voucher_number) over posted entries, never voucher_sequences.last_number. The sequence counter is an allocation high-water mark that drifts from the books in both directions: next_voucher_number burns a number when the follow-up insert fails, delete_last_voucher decrements by one instead of resetting to the new MAX, and pre-RPC SIE imports left it behind. Since the point of the line is avstamning, an allocated number would send a reconciler chasing a gap that does not exist, so the label says plainly that the number is the posted one. Scoped to the report own date range, so a Q1 report printed in November says something true about Q1. The balansrapport keeps the fiscal-year start as its lower bound because it accumulates. Skipped on a dimension-filtered resultatrapport: that report already discloses it is partial, and an unfiltered voucher range beside a filtered result invites the wrong conclusion. Populated in both engines, so the JSON, PDF and XLSX routes all inherit it without signature changes. Best-effort: a header nicety never breaks a report. The pure formatter lives in its own module so the client view does not pull the Supabase query path into the browser bundle. No new i18n keys; both report views and the PDF template are hard-coded Swedish per the "stays Swedish" report surfaces in .claude/rules/i18n.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(customers): stop rendering personnummer ciphertext, make unreadable rows editable, add a reveal path (#1263) customers.personal_number holds AES-256-GCM ciphertext (20260726110000). Three defects compounded into one broken surface for private customers. The list queried Supabase from the browser with select('*') and rendered the raw value, 76-82 chars of hex, into the nowrap identifier cell. It now reads GET /api/customers, which already masks every row, so the ciphertext never leaves the server. Searching by personnummer works again: the client filter had been matching against ciphertext and could never hit. A row whose value cannot be decrypted renders as the placeholder '********-????'. None of the three mask checks recognised it, each having its own '-1234'-only copy, so such a customer could not be edited in ANY field: name and address edits 400'd on a personnummer the user had no way to correct. All three now share one pattern from the new crypto-free lib/customers/mask-personal-number.ts, which the client form can import. Typing a fresh personnummer overwrites the unreadable value, which is the only repair possible: the rejected writes failed whole INSERTs, so there is nothing to backfill. The value was write-only by construction. GET /api/customers/{id}/personal-number is the deliberate drill-in, mirroring the employee convention, gated on the write role because .compliance/ropa.yaml listed no_full_value_read_endpoint as a safeguard for this column; that entry is rewritten rather than left stale, and reveals log actor and customer id but never the value. Also: arcim-migration wrote the identity number as plaintext, which aborts any import containing a Privatperson with 23514 since the constraint flip; and the customer embeds on /api/invoices shipped ciphertext to the browser on every invoice read. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: enhance ruta 05 handling for dynamic revenue accounts - Introduced `fetchDynamicRuta05Accounts` to fetch company-specific revenue accounts marked with a VAT rate, addressing issue #1261. - Updated VAT declaration logic to include these dynamic accounts in ruta 05 calculations, ensuring accurate reporting for user-added accounts. - Modified `ACCOUNT_RUTA` to include account 3000 for completeness in ruta 05. - Enhanced tests to validate the inclusion of user-added revenue accounts in ruta 05 and ensure correct VAT calculations. - Seeded default VAT rates for BAS revenue accounts to ensure proper classification in the VAT declaration. * fix: enhance data handling and masking in customer and invoice APIs * fix(vat): resolve the 3000 gruppkonto's rate for the ruta 05 base split 3000 "Forsaljning inom Sverige" is mapped to ruta05 by ACCOUNT_RUTA, so a balance on it is filed in the right box already. What was missing is the rate split: unlike 3001/3002/3003 the account number carries no sats, and fetchDynamicRuta05Accounts skipped it because it is in ACCOUNT_TO_BOX. A company posting to the gruppkonto therefore got a ruta 05 total that breakdown.invoices.base25/12/6 did not add up to. Surface those rates separately as staticRateByAccount: rate-only on purpose, because the static map already sums the account and adding it to the dynamic account list would double the filed figure. A test pins that single-count property. Also add 3000 to the MCP server's RUTA_05_ACCOUNTS, which is the display list behind report.rutor.ruta05: without it a 3000 balance appeared in the filed projection but not in the report the agent reads back. The comment claiming SALES_OUTPUT_VAT_SHORTFALL reads base25/12/6 was wrong and is corrected. That check derives its expected base from the output-VAT rutor (ruta10/0.25 + ruta11/0.12 + ruta12/0.06); nothing reads the per-rate bases, which are reporting metadata. So the incomplete split never affected a filed return or a warning, only the breakdown. fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise, while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production. Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that are not repeated. userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger. State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row, consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing. provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client. provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up. Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before the scoped check ran. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A) The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in 20260416120000; this bucket was left behind. Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining legacy prefix objects. The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail the whole query instead of filtering the row out. deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to erase. The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and SHA-256 identical before repointing the row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user had been removed from the company kept reading. Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error strings with the canonical envelope. Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every other v1 read endpoint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and had become the top application consumer of production database time: measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at 7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on the booking path. PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side instead turns that into two indexed round trips. Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling. Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead, since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows. commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column, which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped on the newest rows indefinitely. The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap; the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly. ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change sort semantics on the route that currently works. Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had them. The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters, because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a write that never happened. dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write, and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to 5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0. Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the full tree. The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the lockfile, never workflow files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily. Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which settles the intent. documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession: the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention. webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line place to change that. A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list, and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they are named rather than silently rotting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email. This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined by next.config.ts. Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry personnummer and financial data. verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible. The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not forwarded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md. Structural roots closed: - resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking 1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING - ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document, not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed - sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed - tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all four baselines now empty - three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import, ungated-extension-route Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap), RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/ Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites with isSwedishUserMessage extended. Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice, recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep work and are verified green together. 13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge. 20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres). Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0 errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and ~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass: - replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid() (impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo - bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns - credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no cross-tenant figures in exception text - link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end - personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE - same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse - receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts - period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap - documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping - invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression), duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran - match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat) - refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window) - KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint - personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools - worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths - MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk - observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True, cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings call removed) Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests * fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215 pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() = 'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text, reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved. Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column, and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no longer renders as already filed. Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern (all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215 - restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch - replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap warning texts and update the pinned test expectations - drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment - strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation. Bug/invalid imports (#1146)
* feat: add Accounted MCP namespace * fix(bookkeeping): stop flagging verifikat whose underlag lives on a referenced supplier invoice The missing-underlag surfaces only accepted a document directly linked to the entry, so payment verifikat for supplier invoices (doc on the registration entry per design) and entries whose doc was pinned to the bank transaction before matching were falsely flagged; opening the entry showed the referenced doc and cleared the warning client-side, and it came back on reload. - verifikat_without_documents + transactions_without_documents now treat an entry as covered when a supplier invoice referencing it (registration or payment FK, or a supplier_invoice_payments row) carries a document anchored to a journal entry (BFL 5 kap 7 paragraf hänvisning till underlag; anchoring required because the WORM deletion guards key on document_attachments.journal_entry_id) - match-supplier-invoice routes (dashboard + v1) propagate the transaction's pinned document onto the payment verifikat, mirroring the categorize route; migration backfills rows already written (open unlocked periods, company-guarded, never steals a linked doc) - /api/documents/counts, the transactions-page badges, the bulk "Inget underlag krävs" count and the push-notification scheduler share the same reference-aware predicate, so every surface agrees with the RPC - counts route validates journal_entry_ids as UUIDs (they are interpolated into a PostgREST or-filter) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): align table columns flush with page edges Collapse the checkbox gutter column to zero width and hang the hover-revealed checkbox/expand chevron in the page margins, drop the outer padding so DATUM sits flush left and STATUS flush right, and tuck the overflow-menu dots under the middle of the STATUS header. Applied to both the inbox and history tables so they stay identical. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(arsredovisning): tie anlaggningstillgangar note to booked depreciation The ARL 5:8 roll-forward note recomputed depreciation from its own day-based linear formula (365.25/12 month length, non-inclusive day count, linear only), drifting ~20 kr per year per asset from the ledger-driven resultat- and balansrakning and misstating non-linear methods entirely. Note figures now come from posted depreciation_schedules rows (the same source disposeAsset reverses), falling back to the engine's computeAnnualDepreciation when nothing is posted; pre-onboarding opening balances iterate prior years through the engine. Adds a note-vs-trial-balance tie-out warning (accounts 1000-1299, over 1 kr) surfaced before download. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(stripe): move connect and sync surface from settings to import page Stripe's transaction feed is a continuous import source in the same category as the PSD2 bank connection, so its connect/sync surface now lives on the import page as a source card (mode=stripe), gated "kommer snart" on hosted like before; self-hosted keeps the full panel. - Import page: Stripe card after Koppla bank, renders the existing StripeSettingsPanel via the settings-panel registry - OAuth callback and panel cleanup return to /import?mode=stripe - Settings > Betalningar retired: nav item removed, route redirects, PaymentsSettingsContent deleted, legacy ?tab=payments mapped - New import.stripe_* strings in sv+en; dead settings_nav.payments removed Crons and sync logic unchanged; payment-link settings stay in the invoicing section. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(underlag): paginate missing-underlag cron and harden doc-surface queries Resolve PR review findings on bug/invalid-imports: - notification-scheduler: fetchAllRows on all 5 global reads; past 1000 rows the capped reads produced false "saknade underlag" notifications - bulk-missing: LOOKUP_CHUNK 300->150 so the twice-embedded .or() id list stays under the PostgREST URL limit - bulk-missing + transactions page: UUID-guard the .or()-interpolated id lists, matching documents/counts - match-supplier-invoice (dashboard + v1): log documentId/journalEntryId on the non-fatal doc-link warning - well-known/oauth-protected-resource: document the tool_namespace allow-list - messages/en: reword stripe_description - DECISIONS.md: record the asset ibAck tie-out and Tailwind !important calls Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): convert registrationDate from Unix seconds to millisecond epoch in lookup and profile tests --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(ui): rest-of-nav 1 — Viktiga datum, Skattekonto, Periodiseringar, Import to the concept language (#1140)
* feat(ui): concept scenes 17/24/32/33 for Viktiga datum, Skattekonto, Periodiseringar and Import (rest-of-nav 1) Viktiga datum: thread rows with type-icon circles behind a type seg (Alla/Skatt/Fakturering/Egna), Narmast countdown pane, Ny deadline lifted to the page header, both banners replaced by one AttnLine, mark-done via ConfirmDialog. DeadlineCard/DeadlineFilters die; DeadlineRow is the row. Skattekonto: card-less saldo hero with OCR + quiet copy, shortfall AttnLine computed from the next drain date with a betalningsuppgifter dialog (bankgiro 5050-1055 + OCR), one dry-table with Kommande/Forfallna/ Genomforda band rows, chips only on unbooked genomforda rows, quiet hover actions. Tabs and per-row badge noise are gone; the concept's Saldo column is dropped because SKV stores no per-row running balance. Periodiseringar: banner becomes an AttnLine with inline Bokfor forfallna (now confirm-first), house seg with Aktiva count, dry-table with muted normal states and animated RowFoldout for installments, Los upp nu as a quiet hover link through the shared ConfirmDialog. Import: tabs collapse into one two-column row list (Importera | Exportera) in the concept row language; SIE export moves into a small dialog and Molnsynkronisering folds the CloudBackupCard open in place. The /import?view=export#sie-export and /import#cloud-backup deep links keep working. Sandbox notice is an AttnLine. All four pages get stagger-enter, a help popover behind ? and sv+en keys for every new string. 9189 tests green, lint clean, guards pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(ui): align dashboard loading skeletons with the migrated page silhouettes Folds in the parallel WIP from this checkout at the founder's request: every loading.tsx under (dashboard) now mirrors its migrated page row-for-row (24px title block, pill actions, borderless table heads, single-line rows), and the shared (dashboard)/loading.tsx takes Hem's greeting + Att gora silhouette. Also lands the pending DECISIONS.md lines (onboarding swap plan note + rest-of-nav 1 deviations). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * polish(ui): authority logos, stat-tile skattekonto hero, quieter type on rest-of-nav 1 Viktiga datum: statutory deadlines wear the receiving authority's mark (Skatteverket for tax dates, Bolagsverket for arsredovisning/arsstamma) as a small badge on white; other deadlines keep the neutral type icons. Row dates go muted, titles drop font-medium, the Narmast countdown steps down to the house text-4xl display scale. Skattekonto: the 32px serif hero becomes two compact metric tiles in the KPIHeroCards idiom (saldo with the Skatteverket mark + OCR meta, nasta dragning with date and event count), matching how numbers read on the migrated pages. Periodiseringar: chevron column dropped; rows expand on click exactly like the verifikat list. Import: provider logo chips return on Hamta fran annat system (live- version parity) and Koppla bank carries the Enable Banking mark. Adds skatteverket(_color), bolagsverket, enable-banking plus claude/ anthropic marks (for future use) under public/logos/. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * polish(ui): keep Importera and Exportera as separate tabs on the import page Founder feedback: the merged two-column landing goes back to the familiar split. The house seg switches between the Importera rows and the Exportera rows (SIE 4 dialog + Molnsynkronisering fold), ?view=export selects the export tab again and the hash deep links flip to it before opening their surface. Row language and logo chips stay. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): readable Enable Banking mark and full-width skattekonto The enable-banking.webp is the full stacked logo in white-on-transparent: invisible on the light chip and mush at 16px. The chip now uses a cropped 368px icon square (enable-banking-icon.png) with the marketing site's grayscale+brightness treatment in light mode and a white lift in dark. Skattekonto loses its max-w-3xl cap so the table stretches the content column exactly like Bokforing and Transaktioner; the saldo tiles take KPI-card width (lg:grid-cols-4). Import's tab columns stretch too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): address review-bot findings on rest-of-nav 1 CodeRabbit triage, all three confirmed real: the Bokfor forfallna attn action is hidden for read-only users instead of rendering a no-op link; a failed deadline edit rethrows so the form stays open with the user's input; authority marks are reserved for statutory (system-generated) deadlines: a manual tax-category deadline keeps the neutral icon. Compliance swarm's two high findings verified clean, no change needed: /api/bookkeeping/accruals/:id/dissolve and /api/deadlines/:id (+ /complete) all run through withRouteContext with company_id scoping and 404 on miss. Add/stripe connect transactions (#1139)
* fix(mcp-oauth): allow ChatGPT connector callbacks and resume OAuth after login Add chatgpt.com/connector/oauth/* (per-instance) and the legacy chatgpt.com/connector_platform_oauth_redirect to the built-in OAuth redirect allowlist so ChatGPT MCP connectors can register and authorize. Fix the login page dropping the ?next= destination: an OAuth-initiated visit that required login previously ended on the dashboard and the connection flow silently died. Login now resumes to the sanitized next path (hard navigation, since the consent page is route-handler HTML), carries it through the MFA step-up as returnTo, and /mfa/verify hard-navigates for /api/ destinations. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): dedup incoming feed rows against booked hand-entered twins Users who bookkeep via MCP/chat first and connect their bank afterwards got the same movement twice: the synced row's external_id lives in a different namespace, the free-form manual title never text-bridges the bank's raw string, and the cross-channel mirror deliberately excluded manual/mcp rows. Extend the mirror with a booked-hand-entered track: an incoming feed row is skipped when a BOOKED manual/mcp row shares its (date, ore) bucket count- symmetrically. Gates beyond the feed-vs-feed mirror: stored row must be booked (staged rows never consume an import), currencies must not contradict (bucket key is date+ore only), the cash-account guard applies to the count exactly as to consumption, and symmetry uses the Layer-1-unmatched incoming count so an already-stored row cannot inflate it. Consumption stamps the batch cash_account_id onto an account-unbound hand row, so one hand row can never consume feed rows on other accounts in later syncs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): inline verifikat rattelse (strike lines + text/date edit) Second sanctioned correction track under BFL 5 kap 5/9 pp, Fortnox-style: strike lines inside a posted verifikat with replacements in the same voucher, and correct description/entry_date without an andringsverifikat. Envelope: posted entries, open unlocked periods, company lock date, same-period date moves, structural/FX/doc-linked lines excluded, and a reconciliation guard preserving per-account net on bank/reskontra sides of externally linked entries. Every rattelse writes an immutable who/when row (journal_entry_rattelse_log, WORM, archived as rakenskapsinformation) and struck originals render struck-through in the verifikat; list rows and the detail header carry a Rattad marker. CLAUDE.md hard rule 1 and the swedish-accounting-compliance skill are amended to state the two-track rule. Staging carries the DDL; prod gets it on merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: live saldo in booking form, prior-year window comparison, hideable assistant FAB - Manual journal entry: saldo column now shows before -> after computed from the typed debit/credit amounts (direction feedback while booking) - Resultatrapport: a narrowed date range now compares against the same window shifted one year back (#862), merged across fiscal periods for brutet rakenskapsar; P&L rows report window activity instead of rolled-forward YTD closing - Assistant FAB: per-user hide toggle (user_preferences.hide_assistant_fab, settings > assistant), sidebar entry unaffected; collapsed sessions keep their reopen handle Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): sync balance transactions as a bank feed on 1686 Import the connected Stripe balance into the transactions inbox, opt-in per connection (transaction_sync_enabled on stripe_connections): - Balance transactions map to feed rows with the two-row gross+fee split and frozen external_id formats (stripe_{acct}_{txn} / _fee), dated on created, bound to a provisioned "Stripe-saldo" cash account on 1686 so booking settles against the clearing account by construction. - Double-booking protection: settled payment-link charges import pre-linked to their settlement entry; payout rows import pre-linked to the payout entry; processPayoutPaidEvent claims the payout's fee rows at booking time (linkPayoutFeedRows, idempotent from both directions). - Cursor last_balance_txn_synced_at with 24h overlap; first run backfills 90 days floored at the day after the company lock date. - Nightly cron /api/extensions/stripe/transactions/cron (03:30), transaction-sync toggle route, "Synka nu" covers both feeds, settings panel toggle with last-synced/backfill note, sv+en strings. - Migration 20260723200000 (applied to staging). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): offer match-to-voucher on unbooked history rows Unbooked transactions with is_business already set (e.g. left behind when a voucher was removed without a full uncategorize) land in the history list instead of the inbox, where the match-against-existing-voucher action did not exist, leaving them with no path back to voucher matching. Add the same menu item to the history list for unbooked rows. feat(transactions): concept shell and row language (UI migration PR 5) (#1124)
* feat(transactions): concept shell for scene 10 (header, toolbar, footer)
- Header: title + Importera SplitButton (import guide / manual entry,
last-used mode persisted via ui_state.create_mode.transactions),
replacing the three-button row
- Toolbar in concept order: [Att bokföra/Alla seg with count chip]
[search] [Välj flera as quiet toggle] ... [source ContextPicker far
right merging the old in-list source dropdown (bank/Skatteverket)]
- Bank sync status + sync-now + Bankavstämning move to the concept's
footer status line together with the honest visible-row counter
("n att hantera")
- skv-reconnect banner and all dialogs/actions untouched
Row cards -> concept dry-table conversion follows separately.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): concept row language for the inbox cards
Rows read like the scene 10 table: date as the first tabular column,
description on one line, amount right (+income in sage), auto-detected
invoice matches as beige suggestion chips instead of primary pills,
tighter hairline rows at 13px. Every action unchanged: Bokför pill,
match/assistant/overflow menu, batch checkboxes, exit animations,
extraction status.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* refactor(transactions): de-bloat rows and chrome to match the concept
- Rows carry only the essentials: date, description, amount, Bokför and
one overflow menu. The inline match and ask-assistant icon buttons
fold into the overflow menu (all actions still one click away)
- The "n nya banktransaktioner sen ditt senaste besök" banner is removed;
the footer sync line covers it
- The Skatteverket reconnect banner becomes the one-ochre-sentence
AttnLine with an inline action (convention 6)
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* refactor(ui): extract dry-table primitives into components/ui/dry-table
The concept table styles (TH/TD/VTH/VTD classes, quiet links, RowFoldout)
move out of JournalEntryList so the transaction inbox can render the exact
same table language.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): Synka bank nu in the Importera menu
Extracts the per-connection sync/reconnect logic into a shared useBankSync()
hook (BankSyncNowButton keeps using it) and adds the concept's first menu row
to the Importera split button: sync all active connections, with the
last-synced age as the row description. Hidden without a connection or the
bank_sync capability; the footer button stays the gated conversion surface.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): per-account source picker with balances
The context chip becomes the concept's account chooser: always visible in
inbox mode, one row per enabled cash account (PSD2 balance annotation),
an Övriga bucket for bank rows without a registered account, and a
Skattekonto row annotated with the cached saldo. The trigger reads
'Alla källor · <sum>' where the sum covers SEK ledgers + skattekonto.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): concept dry-table for the inbox
The inbox list becomes the exact Bokforing table: borderless dry-table with
hover-revealed checkboxes and chevrons, one-line rows (date, description,
amount, quiet primary pill + overflow + foldout), and a RowFoldout expansion
carrying the row detail and the full action set as quiet links. Skattekonto
rows render as chip-marked table rows with inline actions. The 'Valj flera'
toggle and the floating batch bar are replaced by the concept bulkbar that
pops in above the table once a row is selected.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(i18n): singular form for bulkbar selection count
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): suggestion-first Bokfor flow (concept scene 10)
Bokfor on a row with a suggestion now goes straight to the compact
kontering confirm (QuickReview) showing the proposed verifikat; the full
template picker becomes the fallback and the 'Byt mall' path. Rows carry
the concept's 'Forslag: <mall>' chip (with D/K in the tooltip and the
foldout meta). The picker dialog is de-bloated: alternate paths (manuellt,
matcha, ignorera) collapse into quiet links. Modal scroll containers
(DialogContent, SlideOverBody) keep a visible scrollbar thumb: with the
app-wide auto-hide, a long dialog read as cut off at the fold.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* refactor(transactions): drop suggestion UI and foldout action links
Founder direction: no booking suggestions in the list for now (logic comes
later), and the foldout duplicated the overflow menu: the three dots are
the clearer surface. The foldout keeps row detail only (FX conversion,
original bank name, 1930/1630 hint, extraction status) and rows without
any detail no longer expand. The Skattekonto picker row drops its saldo
annotation; the Alla kallor sum covers bank ledgers only.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): dry-table for the Alla view + pill chips app-wide
The history list joins the inbox's table language: Datum, Beskrivning,
Belopp, Status columns with Bokford as muted text + Visa verifikat quiet
link (normal state) and Ej bokford as the beige exception chip with an
inline Bokfor pill; the business/private tabs become the house seg and the
KALLA header row becomes the standard chip-picker. Skattekonto rows get
the same treatment. SEK conversion moves to a tooltip (one-line rows).
Badge itself becomes the concept chip: pill radius (99px), 11.5px, quiet
padding, replacing the boxy rounded-md look the founder flagged on the
Underlag saknas badge.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(ui): audit round: viewer-disabled split options, touch fallback
Regression-audit fixes: SplitButton options support disabled+disabledTitle
so viewer-gated create paths render inert with the viewer tooltip instead
of silently no-opping (wired on Ny transaktion); the history list gets its
Kopplad till faktura indicator back; dead transactionsWithMatches memo
removed; and coarse-pointer devices now always show hover-revealed
controls (checkboxes, chevrons, quiet row actions) since touch has no
hover.

feat(ui): shared migration primitives (UI migration PR 3) (#1122)
* feat(ui): shared migration primitives (UI migration PR 3) The component kit every page migration (PR 4-8) builds on: - ContextPicker: the one-per-page chip-dropdown context scope (convention 8), right-aligned popover with checks and muted annotations - FyPicker: fiscal-year picker on ContextPicker with the same controlled API and per-company localStorage key as FiscalYearSelector, which it replaces page by page from PR 4 - SplitButton: primary + caret menu, last-used mode persisted per user via ui_state.create_mode (lib/ui-state/client, unit-tested); nav persistence refactored onto the same helper - ConfirmDialog: centered min-460px confirm-up-front dialog (convention 10) with pending state on an awaitable onConfirm - HelpPopover: 17px "?" after the H1 opening an anchored popover (convention 7); PageHeader gets a `help` slot - AttnLine: the one-ochre-sentence attention pattern (convention 6) with optional inline action; new AA-safe --attn token pair - RowStatus: chips-mark-exceptions helper (convention 5) - SlideOver: right review panel, 480px, 18px inset, rounded, veil + Esc (convention 13), with header kicker / body / footer slots - Stagger: .stagger-enter applied to the five target pages' list containers (bookkeeping, transactions, pending, invoices, supplier-invoices); structural loading.tsx added for supplier-invoices, customers, kpi, pending, deadlines No page adopts the new pickers/dialogs yet: that is PR 4-8, one page per PR against this kit. fix: GH issues batch: deadlines opt-ins, SKV reconnect, narrative edit, payment-link gating (#1076)
* fix(errors): close remaining raw-message leaks after #1048 (#337) Follow-up to PR #1048. No user-visible toast or response field can now carry a raw engine or DB message; everything maps through getErrorMessage or the structured-errors registry. - get-error-message: only normalize a code-carrying Error instance into the structured path when the registry knows the code; unknown codes (Node system errors, stray third-party codes, Error-wrapped Postgres SQLSTATEs) fall through to pattern match, Swedish check, Postgres map and the status/context/generic fallbacks instead of returning the raw message. New Swedish-detection pattern for "ar last" phrases and a known-pattern row for "already has a journal entry". - structured-errors: add CANNOT_EDIT_NON_DRAFT (409) and MANDATORY_DIMENSION_MISSING (400) rows, plus common Node network codes (ECONNREFUSED, ECONNRESET, ETIMEDOUT, ENOTFOUND, EAI_AGAIN, EPIPE) as retryable 503 transients with a Swedish message. - pending-operations commit + bulk-commit routes: map executor error strings through getErrorMessage before responding (raw stays in logs); Swedish passes through, English falls to status-appropriate Swedish. - pending page: toast via getErrorMessage, fixing raw English toasts and "[object Object]" for structured envelopes on commit/bulk/reject. - transactions book + journal-entries routes: untyped catch and DB list errors no longer return err.message; mapped or static Swedish instead. - invoice send + issue-credit-note: partial_failures reasons are now Swedish (raw provider/DB text logged, never returned). - Tests: new unknown-code/Error-instance suite, registry rows asserted, route tests updated off the pinned raw-English expectations. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): target the räkenskapsår for yearly VAT redovisningsperiod A yearly filer with a broken fiscal year has a Skatteverket period ending in its FY-end month, not December, and the panel's year state is never maintained in yearly mode (the year picker is replaced by the räkenskapsår selector), so calls targeted the wrong period even for calendar-FY companies filing after year end. The selected fiscal period now rides through the whole chain: panel query strings, draft/validate/ submit bodies, buildMomsuppgift (which resolves the FY bounds so the period id and the figures describe the same räkenskapsår), and the staged-commit path. MCP callers without a fiscal period keep the calendar fallback. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(deadlines): group same-day skattekonto deadlines into one card Moms, AGI and preliminärskatt legally share the skattekonto date (den 12:e), so a small monthly-moms employer saw 2-3 near-identical rows per month. Two or more pending system rows of the skattekonto family on the same due date now render as one grouped card with the date block once and each obligation as a sub-row keeping its own confirm-to-complete flow. Presentation only: rows, statuses, ICS feed unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(deadlines): KU + ROT/RUT + long-tail opt-in deadlines, rolling horizon Follow-ups from the #1028 audit left out of the #1057-#1060 fix stack, each with its own condition modeling: - kontrolluppgifter (KU10/KU20/KU31), due 31 Jan (SFL 24 kap. 1 §): opt-in flag suggested from ledger signals (2898 utdelning, 2393/2893 ägarlån; deliberately not 2091, see DECISIONS.md), AB only, mirroring the #1059 EU-sales suggest-and-confirm pattern. - rot_rut_begaran, due 31 Jan after the payment year (Lag 2009:194 8 §): rows generated only for years with actually PAID ROT/RUT invoices, resolved inside the generator; invoice-derived suggestion. - Long tail, explicit opt-in ('Fler deadlines'): OSS quarterly and IOSS monthly with a skipBankingDayAdjustment config flag (EU-law dates stand on weekends), Intrastat (10th banking day of the following month), punktskatt (ordinary skattedeklaration schedule), and fyllnadsinbetalning (12th of 2nd month over 30k / 3rd of 5th month, SFL 62:8 + 65 kap.). Kvarskatt deferred: needs a slutskattebesked date the app does not hold. - Rolling generation horizon: recurring types ~6 months ahead, annual 12 months, mirrored in the backfill expectation keys so the nightly cron never thrashes; regeneration now preserves manual in_progress status; one-time cleanup migration removes existing far-future rows. Migrations also applied to the staging branch, together with the previously missing 20260717xxxxxx deadline migrations (staging had drifted and lacked dismissed_at). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(arsredovisning): keep narrative editable after year-end close The narrative save endpoint refused writes whenever the fiscal period was closed/locked, but Verkstall bokslut closes the period before the arsredovisning text is ever written, so every legitimate save failed with PERIOD_LOCKED and the PDF fell back to placeholder text. The narrative is arsredovisning document text (ARL 6 kap.), not journal rakenskapsinformation, so the bookkeeping period lock does not apply. Saves are now refused only once a Bolagsverket submission for the period is registrerad (ARSREDOVISNING_REGISTERED, 409); the filed artifact was already frozen separately by the submissions immutability trigger. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): surface dead SKV connections and nudge reconnect Prod has ~70 companies that connected Skatteverket before the post-connect sync fix (#1010) and silently never synced skattekonto: the only reconnect prompt lived in the settings panel nobody revisits. - transactions-page banner when the connection is needs_reconsent or expired without refresh, linking to /settings/tax - pre-connect note in the connect panel: approve ALL behorigheter on Skatteverket's consent page (previously only shown after a failure) - wire the inert skattekonto.connection.expired event to an email nudge to the token owner; one send per consent episode via claim-first dedup in notification_log (type skv_connection_expired, partial unique index in migration 20260720090000, applied to staging) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(archive): per-year behandlingshistorik covers late-booked vouchers + Drive backup disclaimer The per-fiscal-year archive filtered audit rows by created_at within the period, dropping treatment history for bokslut entries, stornos and SIE imports booked after year end (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8). The year archive now unions the date window with every audit row touching the period's journal entries and lines, deduped by audit id; line rows (company_id NULL by trigger design) are admitted via a scoped OR and reachable on the service-role backup path. ARCHIVE_FORMAT_VERSION 2->3 forces a one-time Drive re-upload so existing archives pick up the complete history. The Drive card on /import Exportera and the LASMIG texts now state the Drive copy is a convenience backup, not the BFL 7 kap legal archive. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(decisions): clarify Arsredovisning narrative save behavior on submission status * feat(invoices): gate payment links behind invoice settings opt-in The payment-link section (manual URL field + Stripe auto-create toggle) was visible on every invoice and auto-created Stripe links on send for any connected company. It is now opt-in per company: - new company_settings.invoice_payment_links_enabled, default false for everyone (no grandfathering of Stripe-connected companies) - invoice editor hides the whole section unless enabled; a draft that already carries a link still shows it so old links stay clearable - enforced server-side in maybeCreatePaymentLinkForInvoice (after the provider lookup, so the extension-free core build never queries), so dashboard, v1, MCP and recurring sends all obey it - new toggle on Settings -> Invoicing, saves instantly; sv/en strings Migration applied to the staging branch; prod gets it on merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): add invoice_payment_links_enabled to company settings fixture The makeCompanySettings fixture missed the new required boolean, failing the core-only build's type check of tests/helpers.ts. Default false, matching the migration default. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(review): address CodeRabbit, compliance and Swedish review findings Round 2 of PR #1076 review feedback, one change per accepted finding: - pending page: res.json() safe fallback in both commit paths so a non-JSON proxy response cannot surface a raw parser error - bulk-commit: map operation status enums to Swedish display labels in the 'Redan hanterad' skip message - payment-link settings: disable the toggle while a save is in flight to prevent out-of-order PUT responses - deadlines group card: route all UI strings through next-intl (deadlines namespace, sv + en) - archive export: scope the period audit entry lookup to posted/reversed, matching the rest of the export - error tests: assert the exact registry English message for ECONNREFUSED to lock the no-leakage contract - signal routes: log.warn when best-effort lookups swallow a Supabase error (forensics), keep fail-closed behavior - narrative route: document that 'avslutad' submissions deliberately stay editable (never registered at Bolagsverket) - VAT: yearly declarations without an explicit fiscalPeriodId now resolve the räkenskapsår ending in the target year from fiscal_periods instead of assuming a calendar FY (SFL 26 kap 10-11 §§); calendar fallback only when no fiscal period exists - deadlines: IOSS deadline no longer requires vat_registered (Art. 369s has no Swedish VAT registration prerequisite) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> --------- Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(transactions): steer duplicate guard to matching for ledger-only vouchers (#958)
When the booking-time duplicate guard flags a ledger-only voucher candidate (transaction_id null: a verifikat from an SIE import, a paid invoice, a salary payout), the dialog's primary action is now "Matcha mot verifikatet": it links the bank transaction to the existing voucher via /api/reconciliation/bank/link (the same path MatchVoucherDialog uses) instead of double-booking the same affarshandelse. "Bokfor anda" stays available but demoted to an outline button. Sibling-transaction candidates keep today's layout: matching a second bank line onto a voucher that already has one is the N:1 edge case, not the default. Wired through both call sites: the transactions page (runCategorize) reuses handleVoucherLinked's refresh, and TransactionBookingDialog (JournalEntryForm, /api/transactions/[id]/book path) reuses the booked flow so in-dialog attached documents land on the matched verifikat and the row leaves the list, with a "Bankhandelsen kopplad" toast instead of "Bokford". No lib change: the candidate payload already carries the transaction_id discriminator, covered by existing detection tests. Closes #919. Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

perf: cross-system snappiness batch (middleware, loading states, bundle) (#909)

Middleware: resolve the active company at most once per request and run
the user_preferences + first-membership queries in parallel, cutting 1-2
sequential DB round trips from every authenticated page load.
Loading states: add loading.tsx skeletons for the six highest-traffic
dashboard routes, render the real salary page header during load instead
of a full-page skeleton, replace the blank fallback={null} Suspense
flashes on customers/articles, and reshape the settings skeleton to
match the actual form layout.
Bundle: defer recharts chart components via next/dynamic on the KPI page
and report views, replace the import page's framer-motion marching-ants
border with a CSS keyframe, and enable optimizePackageImports for
recharts/date-fns/framer-motion.
Transactions: extract the potential-match lookups into a shared parallel
helper; a single-query PostgREST embed is blocked until the
potential_supplier_invoice_id FK exists in prod (see DECISIONS.md).

style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): correctness + feedback batch for Bankavstämning (phase 0) Engine: fetchAllRows pagination on status/run/RPC fetches (silent 1000-row cap corrupted totals), optimistic-lock guards on manualLink + apply, unlink audit rows attributed to the acting user (was: company UUID), selected_matches partial apply intersected with a fresh match run. View: silent in-place refresh instead of a full-page skeleton per action, checkbox-gated apply with confidence badges (fuzzy unticked) in chunks of 500, honest result toasts, dry-run errors surfaced, ranked per-row picker candidates pinned to the applied date window, currency-correct amounts (bank side in account currency, GL side SEK), voucher links, translated source types, colored differens, dirty-date-filter guard. Discovery: year-end preflight 404 href fixed (/reconciliation/bank never existed), ⌘K palette entry, real links from the transactions page. v1: status registry schema now matches the actual ReconciliationStatus payload, errors documented as a count, false ~0.85-threshold pitfall replaced, route test mocks the real shape. UI badge cleanup + /chart-of-accounts route + loop skills (#850)
Bundles three separable concerns: - style(ui): badge audit + cleanup across 45 files — real-status chips use Badge variants (raw Tailwind colors dropped), non-status count/type/label chips demoted to muted text, clustered badges consolidated; 20 unused imports removed. - feat(bookkeeping): Kontoplan moved to a dedicated /chart-of-accounts route (nav + command palette wired); /bookkeeping shows the journal list only. - chore(skills): loop-* automation skills + design-scan workflow under .claude/. fix(reports): restored the destructive count badge on blocking errors in the periodisk sammanställning (EC Sales List) — a genuine status cue the audit had wrongly flattened; flagged by the PR reviewer and Swedish compliance bot, now clean. All CI green; compliance bots report no findings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

style(ui): system-wide UX/UI polish pass — design-system conformance + copy cleanup (#835)
* style(ui): system-wide UX/UI polish pass — design-system conformance + copy cleanup Multi-agent scan of all 404 UI files against the locked design system, then 141 verified surgical fixes across 109 files (net -32 lines): - Remove forbidden elevation/motion: shadow-* and rounded-xl on cards, active:scale bounce, hover:shadow on list items, transition-all -> transition-colors. - Drop font-medium from single-weight Hedvig display headings/numerals. - Replace raw rainbow Tailwind status colors with Badge variants / brand tokens / neutral surfaces (achromatic chrome, semantic colors stay data-only). - Route raw dates through formatDate(), hand-rolled currency through formatCurrency(), add tabular-nums to financial figures; text-gray-* -> text-foreground tokens. - Swap hand-rolled skeletons for the Skeleton primitive; off-scale spacing -> token scale. - Fix copy: mislabeled "Leverantörsfakturor" -> "Utgifter" on bank-import outflow total, collapse no-op identical-branch ternaries, broken Swedish diacritics (mojibake), correct mismatch-password toast, correct supplier currency-field label. - Remove PII-leaking debug console.log on register, stray console.logs. Verified: tsc clean on all changed files, eslint clean, production build passes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): sanitize residual error logs in register flow Follow-up to PR review (compliance swarm V16 / GDPR Art.5(1)(f)): the remaining console.error calls in the register flow passed raw error objects, which Supabase may populate with PII (email) in nested fields. Log only sanitized message strings instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat: realtime updates for dashboard transactions (rebased reimplementation of #757) (#833)
* Add realtime transaction subscriptions to dashboard and transactions page Introduce a shared browser Supabase hook so client components can create a stable realtime-capable client once and reuse it across multiple dashboard surfaces. Dashboard navigation now keeps the uncategorized transactions badge in sync through a company-scoped postgres_changes subscription on public.transactions, and the transactions page now subscribes to the same table so it can refresh its list and uncategorized count live without a full page reload. The transactions page keeps the initial server-driven load path intact, but once mounted it listens for inserts, updates, and deletes on the active company's transactions. When a change arrives it refetches the list and total uncategorized count using the same RLS-scoped filters that already power the page, then hydrates the visible rows in the same way as the initial load. The refresh path is intentionally coalesced so bursts of realtime events do not trigger overlapping database reads. The dashboard nav and the transactions page both use the new shared hook instead of creating browser clients ad hoc. This keeps the realtime client setup consistent, avoids duplicate client construction logic, and makes it straightforward to add more realtime dashboard consumers later without re-implementing the same Supabase plumbing. A Supabase migration is included to add public.transactions to the supabase_realtime publication. Without that publication entry the browser subscription would be correct but silent, so the migration is required for hosted environments as well as local resets. Also included in this commit is the current package-lock.json drift present in the staged set. Signed-off-by: Esaias Westberg <esaias@westbergs.se> * fix(migration): retimestamp transactions realtime publication to clear collision 20260628120000 collided with 20260628120000_ef_no_owner_employee.sql on main. Fix/invoice booking vat fixes (#778)
* feat(invoices): add Plusgiro input to bank details settings Plusgiro was already persisted, validated by the API schema, rendered on the invoice PDF and toggleable via "Visa plusgiro" — but the settings UI had no field to enter the number, so plusgiro-only users could not fill it in. Add the input next to Bankgiro with Luhn validation and hyphen formatting, include it in the save payload (normalised on save so raw digits still match the dashed schema format), and add sv/en strings. Adds validatePlusgiroNumber/formatPlusgiroNumber helpers + tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): respect non-VAT-registered seller in PDF preview + portal tooltips Two user-reported bugs: - PDF preview (/api/invoices/preview-pdf) ignored company.vat_registered and fell back to the customer-driven 25% rate, so a non-momsregistrerad seller saw VAT in the review step even though the created invoice books none. Mirror the server-side write gate (build-invoice-write.ts): force 0% when vat_registered is false (delivery notes excepted). - InfoTooltip rendered TooltipContent without a Portal, so tooltips were clipped by the scrollable DialogContent (overflow-y-auto) in the send-invoice journal-entry review. Wrap in TooltipPrimitive.Portal. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): book library mall from its literal lines, not a lossy fallback Booking a bank transaction with a user-created booking-template (mall) via the convertible "QuickReview" fast path reduced the template to a single category + one account_override, silently discarding the chosen debit/credit. A kundinbetalning mall (D 1930 / K 1510) booked as a generic cost (D 6991 / K 1930), or with a VAT line as D 1930 / K 1930 / K 2611 — and the result flipped with the direction inferred from the business/settlement line tags, so visually-identical templates produced different verifikationer. Route every library template through the journal-entry editor (applyTemplate -> /book), which posts the literal lines, regardless of convertibility. Add regression tests locking the contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): make the booking-time duplicate guard bypassable TRANSACTION_BOOK_POSSIBLE_DUPLICATE told users they could "book anyway" but the UI dead-ended on a toast with no way to do so. Add a shared DuplicateBookingDialog that surfaces the already-booked sibling and lets the user review it or book anyway (force bound to the reviewed candidate, which the server re-detects so a stale id cannot wave the guard away). - Wire the dialog into the /transactions categorize flow and the manual booking dialog (JournalEntryForm -> /api/transactions/[id]/book) - Bind the override to expected_duplicate_transaction_id OR expected_duplicate_journal_entry_id so ledger-only vouchers (paid invoice, salary run) can be confirmed too - Extend the guard to the pending-operations commit path and the MCP server - Tests for book/categorize routes, detection, and the commit guard Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): log duplicate-guard bypass to behandlingshistorik in the agent commit path The web /book and /categorize routes append a durable BankTransactionDuplicateDismissed event when a user books over a detected possible double-booking. The agent commit path (commitCategorizeTransaction, commitMarkInvoicePaid) skipped the guard silently on allow_duplicate=true, leaving no behandlingshistorik — an auditor could not reconstruct why the duplicate was allowed (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8). When allow_duplicate=true, re-detect the candidate and append the dismissal event (BankTransactionDuplicateDismissed for the bank-line path, InvoiceDuplicatePaymentDismissed for mark-paid). Best-effort — a logging failure never blocks a legitimate booking. Payloads stay PII-safe (ids, amounts, dates only — no customer or merchant name). Also fix the misleading DuplicateBookingDialog JSDoc: the retry binds expected_duplicate_journal_entry_id, not candidate.transaction_id, so the systemdokumentation matches the actual control (BFL 7 kap). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(mcp-server): stub booking-duplicate guard in receipt-matcher categorize tests The gnubok_categorize_transaction tool runs the booking-time duplicate guard before staging; its detection queries consumed the queued supabase mock results, so the staging assertions saw a thrown duplicate error instead of a staged op. Mock detectBookingDuplicate to "no duplicate" since these tests don't exercise that path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(transactions): use roundOre for duplicate-guard öre rounding Replace naive Math.round(x*100)/100 with roundOre() from @/lib/money in the booking-time duplicate guard (detection lib, commit executor, MCP categorize tool), satisfying the no-new-antipatterns ratchet guard. feat: add ignore menu item to transaction inbox card (#758)
Imported bank transactions can now be hidden from the inbox via a new
"Ignorera transaktion" item in the ⋯ overflow menu. The backend
(POST/DELETE /api/transactions/[id]/ignore) and the is_ignored DB column
already existed; this wires up the missing UI affordance.
- TransactionInboxCard: add onIgnore prop + EyeOff menu item (imported
rows only — manually created rows use delete instead)
- page.tsx: pass onIgnore={handleIgnoreTransaction} to the card; add
handleBatchIgnore for the batch action bar's new "Ignorera" button

Design critique: normalize daily-operator flows + UX improvements (#741)
* style(design): normalize daily-operator flows to locked design system Sweep the dashboard, transactions, reconciliation, invoicing and supplier flows for design-system violations (.claude/rules/design.md): - font-medium removed from Hedvig display headings/numerals - font-mono -> tabular-nums on monetary values (voucher ids stay mono) - raw Tailwind status colors -> Badge variants / muted-alert pattern - semantic colors removed from chrome backgrounds (deadline widgets, icon halos) - hand-rolled skeletons/empty-states -> Skeleton / EmptyState primitives - opacity-suffixed borders, the invisible warning-foreground count color, and shadow-sm/rounded-xl on non-overlay surfaces normalized The four files that also received UX changes carry their token fixes in the following commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(ux): clearer dashboard CTA, match confidence, AI provenance, invoice actions Four high-impact UX fixes from the design critique (these files also carry their design-system token normalization): - Dashboard: render the next-best-action hero for every agent-built company, not only 'slim' nav density, so there is always one obvious next step instead of four equal-weight metric tiles. - Reconciliation: surface the match engine's 0-1 confidence as a graded strength badge (Stark / Trolig / Svag traff) in the shared verifikat picker rows and selected chip; drop the uninformative binary "Foreslagen traff" badge from the match dialog. - Supplier inbox: show AI-filled provenance per extracted field (a success dot that clears once the user verifies/edits the value) so misparsed amounts/dates get proofread before they post to an immutable verifikat. - Invoice detail: keep each status's primary action only in the header row; the sidebar "Status actions" card now holds secondary/reversible actions only (makulera, ta bort, skapa kreditnota, manual-send alternative), removing the duplicated CTAs and closing a viewer-permission gap on the old sidebar buttons. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(ux): Tier-B medium design-critique fixes across daily-operator flows - Reconciliation: standardise the match-confirm verb on "Matcha" (was "Koppla" in MatchVoucherDialog) and replace the hand-rolled date <input>s in the bank reconciliation view with the Input primitive. - Supplier inbox: fold the two alternative bookings (Skapa leverantorsfaktura / Bokfor som verifikat) behind a single "Andra satt att bokfora" dropdown so the default path (Matcha mot transaktion) stays the lone primary action. - Duplicate-payment guard: demote the "Skapa ny verifikation anda" escape hatch to a ghost button so the safe "Koppla till befintlig" path dominates. - Onboarding: raise the "start fresh" escape hatch from a muted text link to a visible secondary button; normalise the checklist's off-scale spacing. - Supplier flows: finish the font-mono -> tabular-nums sweep on monetary values in the supplier-invoice detail / create / review surfaces (ids stay mono). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): keep overdue rows visually distinct (destructive chrome is allowed) The Tier-A normalization stripped all semantic-color row tints from the deadline widgets, but design.md exempts --destructive ("only --destructive survives in chrome"). Restore a subtle bg-destructive/5 on OVERDUE rows so missed tax/AGI deadlines (-> skattetillagg) stay noticeable in a list scan; action-needed (warning) rows stay clean since warning is data-only. Surfaced by the Swedish compliance review on #741. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): hide match-strength badge on already-matched verifikat Per the Swedish compliance review on #741: a green "Stark traff" confidence badge rendered alongside "Redan matchad" could visually nudge an accidental double-match of a posted verifikat (a BFL 5 kap audit-trail concern). Suppress the strength badge when linked_transaction_count > 0 so "Redan matchad" is the lone signal there; N:1 matching stays an explicit opt-in. feat(transactions): underlag status badges + attach dialog; auto-expire stale pending ops (#712)
* feat(transactions): per-row underlag status + attach-document dialog
- New "Matcha mot underlag" dialog on /transactions (inbox pick or fresh
upload), the tx→doc mirror of the Documents view's matcher
- Per-row Underlag/Underlag saknas badges on booked history rows, driven
by computeJeUnderlagStatus — same posted-only, exemption-aware scope as
the worklist count so badge and count never disagree
- attach-document route + commit dispatcher now propagate the doc onto
the verifikation when the tx is already booked (BFL 5 kap 6 §), with a
409 guard for docs consumed by a different verifikation, idempotent
re-attach (no same-value rewrite under period lock), and an honest 409
when the period-lock trigger blocks the propagation
- Booking-dialog doc links also pin the doc to the transaction row
(first linked doc wins) via the link route's new transaction_id param
messages/{sv,en}.json also carries the strings for the pending-ops
expiry UI that lands in the next commit.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(pending-operations): auto-expire stale staged operations after 30 days
- New daily cron (02:30 UTC, vercel.json + both docker crontabs) flips
>30-day-old pending ops to rejected with the dispatcher's
{ auto_rejected: true, reason: 'expired' } result_data shape — rows are
never deleted, the table is the audit trail
- /pending renders an "Utgick automatiskt" badge + detail line for these,
orders terminal tabs by resolved_at so a fresh expiry sweep isn't
buried, and adds a first-time-reviewer explainer
- Origin labels spell out where a proposal came from (AI chat, MCP key,
API, cron) instead of the raw actor_label
- agent_chat actor type added to PendingOperationActorType/AuditLogEntry
(DB CHECK already widened in 20260519090000) and to the agent filter
- ApprovalCard notes that ignoring a proposal is safe
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* docs(mcp): surface the client telemetry marker in connect instructions
Tag the connector URLs shown in ApiKeysPanel, the connect-claude doc and
the gnubok-mcp README with ?client=<surface> (claude-connector /
claude-code) and GNUBOK_CLIENT=claude-desktop for the npm bridge.
Telemetry-only — the server already reads the param/header; this just
lets us measure which Claude surface connected.
The claude mcp add copy blocks quote the URL: an unquoted ? in the query
string trips zsh globbing ("no matches found").
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* review: fix stale-closure badge flip + zod-validate link route body (PR #712)
- handleDocumentAttached read journal_entry_id off the render-time
transactions snapshot; if the list changed while the attach dialog was
open the optimistic badge flip was silently skipped. Read it off the
dialog's own subject (attachDocTx) instead.
- POST /api/documents/[id]/link now validates the body against the new
LinkDocumentSchema (uuid-strict, all four fields) instead of a bare
presence check on journal_entry_id — same canonical VALIDATION_ERROR
envelope. Test fixtures switched to real UUIDs accordingly.

Add/transaction deletion (#695)
* feat(salary): add remove-employee button to draft salary runs
The DELETE /api/salary/runs/{id}/employees/{employeeId} endpoint already
existed (draft-only, cascades to the employee's line items) but had no UI
trigger, so a mistakenly added employee could only be cleared by deleting
the whole draft. Add a trash-icon action column to the "Anställda" table,
gated on draft status + write permission to match the endpoint's guard,
with a confirm prompt and success/error toast.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(settings): prevent horizontal overflow on mobile
The company settings invite form was a non-wrapping fixed-width flex row that overflowed narrow viewports, forcing the full-screen settings modal to scroll on the x-axis. Stack the form vertically on mobile (sm:flex-row at and above the sm breakpoint) and add the missing min-w-0 guard to the modal content pane.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(bookkeeping): move journal entry filters into a filter dialog
The ledger toolbar showed every filter inline (fiscal year, sort, series,
date range, missing-documents toggle), which felt cluttered. Keep only the
search field visible and move the rest into a "Filtrera" dialog with an
active-filter count badge.
- JournalEntryList now owns the fiscal-year scope, restored from the same
localStorage key FiscalYearSelector writes, so the page no longer renders
the selector separately.
- Filters apply live and the dialog stays open; "Rensa alla filter" clears them.
- Export STORAGE_KEY_PREFIX / ALL_YEARS_VALUE from FiscalYearSelector so the
list reuses the persisted selection without duplicating the key.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): implement imported transaction guard for deletion
- Added a guard to prevent deletion of transactions that are imported via bank sync or file uploads.
- Introduced `isImportedTransaction` utility to determine if a transaction is user-created or imported.
- Updated DELETE endpoint to return a 409 status for attempts to delete imported transactions.
- Enhanced transaction history and inbox components to reflect the new deletion rules.
- Added tests for transaction origin determination and deletion behavior.
- Updated UI components to include a confirmation dialog for clearing journal entry forms.
- Localized new strings for clearing form functionality in English and Swedish.
* feat(transactions): enhance transaction deletion guard and improve fiscal year visibility

feat(worklist): unified pending-work counts + vampire-transaction fix (#673)
* feat(worklist): unified pending-work counts in lib/worklist One source of truth for every "Att göra" count, shared by the sidebar badges, the home page (PR 3), and eventually the MCP list tools. Each category documents its pending/done predicate in types.ts; counts are cheap head-only queries that soft-fail to 0 so a broken badge can never take down a layout. listSuggestedMatches() returns confirmable transaction↔invoice match rows for the upcoming one-click confirm UI. GET /api/worklist/counts exposes the aggregate for client refetch. Partial index on transactions (company_id WHERE unbooked, not ignored) — the badge predicate runs on every dashboard render — and a company-scoped index on invoice_inbox_items, which was only indexed by user_id from before the multi-tenant refactor. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): unify unbooked predicate, add Ignorera action The "vampire transactions" fix. Three surfaces counted "unbooked" differently — the sidebar badge included ignored rows (is_business IS NULL only), the transactions page count and inbox list disagreed with each other — so old transactions kept haunting the inbox with inflated badges after every sync. All three now share lib/worklist's canonical predicate: is_business IS NULL AND is_ignored = false. The transactions page also gains "Ignorera transaktionen…" in the booking dialog (mirroring BankReconciliationView's flow: confirm → ignore → Ångra toast), so non-business strays can finally be cleared from the worklist without fabricating a verifikation. Recovery remains on Rapporter → Bankavstämning under "Ignorerade transaktioner". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(worklist): address PR #673 review — exact missing-underlag count, tenant-tagged logs Review findings: - countVerifikatMissingDocument subtracted set SIZES, which both let documents on non-document-requiring entries (e.g. VAT settlements) shrink the count and silently truncated at the PostgREST row cap on large document histories. Now an exact per-entry set difference over fetchAllRows-paginated id-only reads. (greptile, swedish-compliance) - logAndZero gains companyId as a structured log field so repeated count failures can be correlated to a tenant. (compliance-swarm V16) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(worklist): address PR #673 review round 2 — chunked .in(), BFL-aware ignore copy - countInboxDocuments: dedupe + chunk the document-id .in() filter at 150 ids per request — PostgREST serialises it into the GET query string, so a large inbox could exceed proxy URL limits (HTTP 414) and silently zero the badge via the error branch. (greptile) - Ignorera confirm dialog now states the BFL boundary: only for non-affärshändelser (duplicates, own-account transfers) — real purchases and payments must be booked. Persisting a structured ignore reason is noted as follow-up. (swedish-compliance) - New tests: chunked counting sums across batches; a mid-stream pagination error in countVerifikatMissingDocument throws (fetchAllRows propagates page errors) and soft-fails to a logged 0 — never a count computed from a silently truncated set. fix(reconciliation): surface bank tx + match to existing verifikat, delete UX, DPA links (#623)
* fix(reconciliation): surface bank transactions via robust cash_account_id scoping The per-account reconciliation scoping silently returned zero transactions for companies whose rows were NULL or mis-assigned mid-backfill (e.g. Arcim: 138 transactions, 101 unbooked, yet Bankavstämning showed "0 kr" while the 1930 GL movement and a large difference still displayed). Two causes, both fixed: - scopeTransactionsToAccount used a fragile nested or(...,and(is.null,...)) PostgREST filter. Replace it with a flat, reliable `currency = X AND (cash_account_id = id OR cash_account_id IS NULL)` and share the one implementation with /api/transactions so the status card and the lists can never drift. - The original best-effort backfill only touched NULL rows and an earlier revision mis-assigned cash_account_id (the since-fixed min(uuid) bug), which migrations cannot self-correct. Add an idempotent repair migration that re-seeds the default 1930 account and re-derives cash_account_id (correcting non-NULL mis-assignments) for booked rows and single-account companies. Also localise manualLink's user-facing errors to Swedish. Adds unit coverage for the new filter shape and pg-real coverage for the repair (incl. the Arcim single-account reproduction). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(transactions): match a bank transaction to an existing verifikat Adds a "Matcha mot befintlig verifikation" action to the Transactions inbox so a bank line that is already booked elsewhere (a salary run, a Fortnox/manual voucher, an invoice paid from the invoice page) can be linked to that existing verifikat with no new bokföring — the capability previously lived only in Reports → Bankavstämning. - Extract the searchable MatchVerifikationPicker into a shared client component. - New MatchVoucherDialog: resolves the tx's cash account, fetches candidates ranked server-side by reconciliation confidence, links via /api/reconciliation/bank/link (so the link is undoable in Bankavstämning). - unmatched-entries route gains an optional transaction_id that ranks candidates (ranking stays server-side; the recon lib is not client-safe). - Inbox row's overflow (⋯) menu gains the new action. Also fixes the Bankavstämning view: editing the date no longer auto-reloads (applies on Filtrera / account change only) and Datum till defaults to today. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): actionable Swedish errors when a bank tx cannot be deleted The delete route returned a hardcoded English 409 that getErrorMessage mapped to the misleading generic "En konflikt uppstod. Ladda om sidan...". Return structured bilingual envelopes instead: - TRANSACTION_DELETE_BOOKED (409) for a booked/linked row — steers the user to unlink in Bankavstämning or storna the voucher. - TRANSACTION_DELETE_HAS_AUDIT_TRAIL (409) for the real, common case where an unbooked row carries payment_match_log rows: the cascade hits the audit-immutability trigger (P0001), previously surfaced as a bare 500. Steers the user to match-to-voucher or ignore instead. Updates the DELETE test suite and adds the P0001 case. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(settings): surface DPA and privacy policy links The /dpa page (personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal, GDPR Art. 28) was complete but linked from nowhere. Add a "Sekretess och avtal" card on Inställningar → Konto linking to /privacy and /dpa, and a reciprocal link to the DPA from the privacy policy's sub-processor section. (The DPA already links back to /privacy.) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address PR #623 feedback - unmatched-entries: when transaction_id is supplied but resolves to no row in the caller's company, return an empty candidate list instead of silently falling back to the full unranked list (Compliance Swarm V8.2.1, high). - MatchVoucherDialog: preserve a manually-picked voucher when the candidate list reloads (e.g. "Visa alla datum") instead of discarding it (Greptile P2). - DELETE /api/transactions/[id]: return the 404 as the structured { error: { code, message, message_en } } envelope like the handler's other errors, for a uniform contract (Greptile P2). Test updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): allow editing notes on a committed journal entry Saving a note on a posted verifikation failed with "Committed entries are immutable": enforce_journal_entry_immutability() had no posted→posted path, so a notes-only UPDATE fell through to the final RAISE. `notes` is internal annotation metadata (not verifikation content under BFL 5 kap. / BFNAR 2013:2), so add a narrow carve-out that permits a notes-only change on a committed entry — verified with a whole-row to_jsonb() diff so any other field change still raises, and only when status is unchanged. Period-lock enforcement is unaffected. CREATE OR REPLACE in a new migration (same pattern as 20260428160000_fix_journal_entry_immutability_delete_bypass); the migration-017 protections are extended, never weakened. Covered by a pg-real test asserting a notes edit succeeds while amount/description/account edits still fail. (Already applied to production; committing the file + test for repo consistency.) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): make pre-staged pending operations executor-complete The seeded pending_operations existed only as display previews — approving them failed because commit executors in lib/pending-operations/commit.ts validate required fields on "Godkänn". Seed a backing invoice_inbox_items row and fill the supplier-invoice and categorize params with every field the executors require (inbox_item_id, full items array; real uncategorized transaction_id + category), so the sandbox approval queue is actually approvable end to end. Mcp/template data feedback (#617)
* fix(booking-templates): scope template list to the active company GET /api/settings/booking-templates relied solely on the btl_select RLS policy, which is membership-wide (user_company_ids) and returns templates from every company the user belongs to. A user who owns multiple companies saw all their templates merged regardless of which company was active. Narrow the list in the API layer (mirroring counterparty-templates) to system + the active company + the active company's team. RLS stays the security backstop; this fixes the cross-company merge within a single user's own view (it was never a cross-tenant data leak). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): show proper message for duplicate bank file upload The bank file import page mis-parsed the structured error envelope ({ error: { code, message, details } }), so a BANK_FILE_DUPLICATE (409) fell through to the generic "Kunde inte läsa filen" fallback. The upload step also hardcoded that same string as the error heading, so duplicates were doubly misreported as parse failures. - Parse the structured envelope by error.code; surface error.message for all codes instead of rendering the error object. - Add a dedicated BANK_FILE_DUPLICATE message using the importedAt / importedCount details the route already returns. - Add an optional errorTitle prop to BankFileUploadStep (defaults to the previous text) and pass "Filen är redan importerad" for dupes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tests): add comprehensive tests for recordateEntry, inbox-linking, and external-id handling - Implemented unit tests for recordateEntry in the bookkeeping module to validate various scenarios including date changes, non-posted entries, and fiscal period restrictions. - Created tests for inbox-linking status in pending operations to ensure correct handling of invoice inbox items and supplier invoices, addressing historical bugs related to status updates. - Added tests for external-id utilities to ensure consistent handling of monetary amounts and deduplication keys across different transaction sources. - Introduced new functions in external-id.ts for stable external ID generation and normalization of imported descriptions, enhancing transaction deduplication reliability. feat(migrations): add new database migrations for transaction handling - Created migration to exclude storno and correction vouchers from unmatched GL lines, ensuring accurate reconciliation. - Added a migration to preserve original bank transaction descriptions in a new immutable column, allowing for user edits while maintaining audit trails and deduplication integrity. * feat(migrations): add function to exclude storno/correction vouchers from unmatched GL lines * feat(transactions): enhance transaction handling with improved description normalization and preloaded original entries --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/m sprint fixes (#613)
* fix(dashboard): exclude ignored and already-triaged transactions from stale count The "Gamla transaktioner" widget counted transactions that had been ignored or already marked as is_business=true but not yet booked, so users saw a nag for a row they had already dealt with — and the /transactions inbox correctly hid it. Align the count with the inbox criterion (is_business IS NULL, is_ignored = false) so the widget clears when the row leaves the inbox. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): read entity_type from settings response wrapper The transactions page read entityRes.entity_type directly, but /api/settings returns { data: { entity_type, ... } }. The expression was always undefined, so setEntityType never fired and entityType stayed at its initial 'enskild_firma'. The template picker's entity_type filter then dropped every aktiebolag-tagged user template for AB customers — only entity_type='all' templates made it through. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * stale templates bank sync journal entry from transaction * fixed pr comments * fixed pr comment --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(transactions): bulk-book + is-booked predicate (#606)
* feat(transactions): bulk-book + is-booked predicate Closes the second of the two multi-tx ↔ multi-voucher flows from the original plan. Where PR #603's match_batch_allocate took 1 tx and spread it across N invoices (samlingsbetalning), this PR takes N bank transactions on the same day and rolls them up into ONE combined verifikat (samlingsverifikation per BFL 5 kap 6§ st 3) — the kiosk masshantering pattern the user explicitly asked for. ## Backend (Phase 3b) - **PL/pgSQL RPC** bulk_book_transactions: two branches, both atomic. 1. Link to existing posted verifikat (p_existing_journal_entry_id): no new JE. Validates the JE's 19xx net equals sum(tx.amount), inserts N transaction_voucher_links rows, and for N=1 also sets transactions.journal_entry_id (1:1 reader-path back-compat). 2. Create new combined verifikat (p_new_entry with pre-computed balanced lines): the route's applyTemplate() has already done ratio + VAT expansion per the chosen mode. The RPC validates the lines balance and the 1930 net matches sum(tx.amount), then commits via commit_journal_entry. Same security pattern as match_batch_allocate: company-member check via auth.uid(), SELECT … FOR UPDATE on each tx in id order, deterministic fiscal-period resolution (ORDER BY period_start DESC). - **Endpoint** POST /api/transactions/bulk-book — fetches template via RLS, expands per mode (one_line_per_tx | sum_per_account) using lib/bookkeeping/template-library.applyTemplate, passes the resulting lines to the RPC. On success emits one transaction.reconciled event per tx. - **22 new BULK_BOOK_* error codes** (sv + en) covering all guard paths. ## UI (Phase 5b) - **BulkBookDialog** — template picker + mode toggle (segmented control: en rad per transaktion / summera per konto) + live preview table with balance + bank-leg invariant indicators. Confirm only enabled when both pass. - **Multi-select inbox** — sticky action bar gains a "Bokför i klump" button gated by same-date + same-direction across selected txs. Tooltip explains the disabled state. ## Phase 6: is-booked predicate New lib/transactions/is-booked.ts. After multi-allocation and bulk- book, tx.journal_entry_id can be NULL even though the tx is anchored (via invoice_payments / supplier_invoice_payments / transaction_voucher_links). The helper checks all three storage locations so future readers don't falsely show multi-anchored txs as "unbooked". Companion getPrimaryJournalEntryId() resolves the best JE link to surface in UI. SQL mirror is_transaction_booked() exists from the PR #602 foundation migration. Existing readers (TransactionHistoryList, TransactionInboxCard) are not yet refactored to use the helper — that's a follow-up that touches per-tx JE links across multiple call sites. The helper is documented + tested so subsequent refactors are mechanical. ## Tests - tests/pg/bulk-book-transactions.pg.test.ts — 8 pg-real scenarios (happy path create-new with 3 txs, happy path link-existing, date mismatch, direction mismatch, amount mismatch, unbalanced lines, unauthorized). - app/api/transactions/bulk-book/__tests__/route.test.ts — 5 unit tests (schema XOR, link path, create-new with template fetch + applyTemplate, structured-error mapping). - lib/transactions/__tests__/is-booked.test.ts — 11 cases covering all three storage locations + primary-JE resolution. 26 unit tests pass on touched paths. RPC migration applied to remote via Supabase MCP. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bulk-book): PR #606 review round 1 + CI fixes Closes the build failure and the two real Greptile findings. ## CI - **core-only + Vercel build fail**: I used useMemo for selectedTransactions and bulkBookEligible on the transactions page without importing it. TypeScript build (`next build`) caught it with "Cannot find name 'useMemo'". Fixed the import. ## Review findings - **(P1) Currency mismatch returned BULK_BOOK_DIRECTION_MISMATCH** whose user-facing message blames direction. Mixed SEK + EUR batches would show "All transactions must be the same direction" which is factually wrong. Introduced dedicated BULK_BOOK_MIXED_CURRENCY code (sv + en) explaining the actual constraint, and switched the route to use it. - **(P1) Branch B (create-new) N=1 missed reconciliation_method='manual'**. Branch A's N=1 UPDATE sets it alongside journal_entry_id; Branch B's didn't, leaving the reconciliation_method NULL even though the single tx was reconciled via the same flow. Downstream readers (reconciliation reports, status indicators) would treat the two N=1 paths differently. New follow-up migration patches Branch B's final UPDATE. RPC patch applied to remote via Supabase MCP. 26 unit tests pass. feat(transactions): split-payment allocator — 1 tx → N invoices (#603)
* fix(category-mapping): use leaf BAS accounts instead of group codes 3900, 5800, 6200 are BAS gruppkonton (header codes) and shouldn't carry postings. Switched the default mappings to the matching leaf accounts: - income_other: 3900 -> 3999 (Övriga rörelseintäkter) - expense_travel: 5800 -> 5890 (Övriga resekostnader) - expense_telecom: 6200 -> 6230 (Datakommunikation) The fallback for income_other inside getCategoryAccountMapping was also hardcoded to '3900'; updated to '3999' for consistency. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(transactions): split-payment allocator — 1 tx → N invoices Closes one of the two flows that motivated PR #602's foundation: allocating a single bank transaction across multiple customer OR multiple supplier invoices, with one combined verifikat (samlingsverifikation per BFL 5 kap 6§ st 3). ## Backend (Phase 3a) - **PL/pgSQL RPC** match_batch_allocate (~400 lines): locks the tx + each target invoice with SELECT … FOR UPDATE in id order, validates status/currency/remaining/direction before any write, builds the combined verifikat via commit_journal_entry (atomically assigns voucher_number + flips draft→posted), inserts N rows in invoice_payments or supplier_invoice_payments pointing at the same JE, advances paid_amount/remaining_amount/status per invoice. Returns { ok, journal_entry_id, voucher_number, allocations: [...] } on success or { ok: false, code, details } on guard failure. Mixed customer+supplier kinds are rejected (v1 scope). - **Endpoint** POST /api/transactions/[id]/match-batch — thin wrapper around the RPC. Validates body via MatchBatchSchema (zod discriminatedUnion + superRefine to catch mixed-kinds at the schema layer). On RPC success, emits one invoice.match_confirmed or supplier_invoice.match_confirmed event per allocation so existing subscribers (reminders, automations, processing-history) keep working. Maps the structured RPC error envelope to errorResponseFromCode. - **16 new BATCH_* error codes** (sv+en): BATCH_TX_NOT_FOUND, BATCH_TX_ALREADY_BOOKED, BATCH_OVERSHOOT, BATCH_AMOUNT_EXCEEDS_TX, BATCH_MIXED_KINDS_UNSUPPORTED, BATCH_DIRECTION_MISMATCH, BATCH_CURRENCY_MISMATCH, BATCH_PERIOD_LOCKED, BATCH_RPC_FAILED, etc. ## UI (Phase 5a) - **MatchAllocationDialog** (components/transactions/) — direction- aware (positive tx → customer invoices, negative → supplier). Search + selectable list of open invoices. Per-row amount input with default = min(invoice.remaining, tx_remaining_budget). Live tally with green-check balanced state, red overshoot warning, gray leftover note. Confirm button disabled on overshoot. POSTs to /match-batch and on 200 triggers the same exit animation as single-tx match. - **Inbox row** gains a second outline icon button (Split icon) next to the existing 1:1 match button, gated by the same showInvoiceMatchButton predicate. Tooltip explains the direction- aware split. Opens MatchAllocationDialog. - **i18n** strings under tx_match_allocation namespace in sv.json and en.json (32 keys each). ## Tests - tests/pg/match-batch-allocate.pg.test.ts — 5 pg-real tests covering combined verifikat shape, overshoot guard, already-booked tx, direction mismatch, mixed-kinds rejection. - app/api/transactions/[id]/match-batch/__tests__/route.test.ts — 5 unit tests covering schema validation, mixed-kinds, happy path, structured-error mapping, raw-error → BATCH_RPC_FAILED. 63 unit tests pass across the touched paths. The RPC migration was already applied to remote in an earlier Phase 3a session (idempotent CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION; the next replay is a no-op). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(match-batch): PR #603 review round 1 + CI fixes Closes both CI failures and the three real review findings. ## CI fixes - **pg-real failure**: the RPC declared `v_journal_entry_id uuid := uuid_generate_v4()` which fails in the CI Postgres image (uuid-ossp extension is off). Switched to `gen_random_uuid()` — the codebase standard already used by supplier_invoices, invoice_inbox, etc. - **core-only failure**: my earlier BAS leaf-account commit (3900→3999, 5800→5890, 6200→6230) didn't update the matching `lib/bookkeeping/__tests__/category-mapping.test.ts` expectations, and `getDefaultAccountForCategory`'s fallback for `income_*` was still hardcoded to '3900'. Updated both. ## Review findings (greptile) - **P1 deadlock-stable locking** (`match_batch_allocate.sql:11`): the validation `FOR UPDATE` loop ran in caller-supplied array order. Two concurrent calls with overlapping invoice sets in opposite orders could deadlock and one would abort with `BATCH_RPC_FAILED`. Now all three loops (validate, build lines, advance invoices) iterate via `SELECT … FROM jsonb_array_elements(…) ORDER BY COALESCE(invoice_id, supplier_invoice_id)`, giving a stable global lock order regardless of how the caller ordered the JSON array. - **P1 duplicate-allocation detection** (`match_batch_allocate.sql:163`): the same invoice_id listed twice would pass the per-row overshoot guard (both iterations read the original `remaining_amount`) and the write loop would insert two `invoice_payments` rows for the same invoice. Added a `v_seen_ids text[]` check in the validation loop and a new `BATCH_DUPLICATE_ALLOCATION` error code (sv + en). The dialog already prevents this UI-side via `if (prev[candidate.id] return prev` — the RPC guard is the defense-in-depth layer. - **P2 zod `.positive()`** (`schemas.ts:544`): allocation amount was `nonNegativeAmount` (allowing 0), passing schema validation only to be rejected by the RPC with `BATCH_INVALID_AMOUNT`. Now `z.number().positive(…)` so 0-amount entries fail at the schema layer with a per-field path, cleaner 400. - **P2 strict `> 0` direction check** (`MatchAllocationDialog.tsx:82`): used `amount >= 0` to pick customer-side, but a zero-amount tx would load customer candidates only to hit `BATCH_TX_ZERO_AMOUNT` at submit time after the user has filled in allocations. Switched to `> 0` so 0-amount tx never reaches the dialog at all (it's rejected by the RPC immediately). The fourth Greptile comment (the schema P2 about amount validation) overlaps with the third; addressed in the same edit. ## Verification - 112 unit tests pass across touched paths - ESLint clean - New pg-real test `tests/pg/match-batch-allocate.pg.test.ts` covers the dedupe scenario (same supplier invoice listed twice with summing amounts that individually pass per-row overshoot) - RPC patch applied to remote via Supabase MCP Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(match-batch): PR #603 review round 2 — compliance hardening Addresses the actionable findings from compliance-swarm and Swedish-accounting-compliance reviews. Six small RPC changes + two TS-side guards, all bundled in one follow-up migration. ## Security - **(GDPR Art.5(1)(f) / ISO A.8.2) Caller verification**: SECURITY DEFINER bypasses RLS, and the prior RPC accepted any (p_user_id, p_company_id) pair from the route. Now the function rejects with new `BATCH_UNAUTHORIZED` (sv+en, HTTP 403) if `auth.uid()` is not a member of `p_company_id`. Pattern lifted from `harden_invoice_number_rpcs` (#20260510140000). - **(OWASP V4.2) Allocation cap**: `MatchBatchSchema.allocations` now carries `.max(100)` to prevent DoS via unbounded FOR UPDATE locks. ## Swedish accounting correctness - **source_type per direction**: was hardcoded to `'invoice_paid'` for both customer + supplier batches, mis-routing behandlingshistorik filters. Customer batches keep `'invoice_paid'`, supplier batches now write `'supplier_invoice_paid'`. - **Fiscal-period determinism**: `LIMIT 1` on the period lookup was non-deterministic on overlap (e.g. corrected broken year). Added `ORDER BY period_start DESC` so the most recent matching period wins. - **Tolerance harmonisation**: cross-allocation sum used `+0.01` tolerance while per-row used `+0.005`. Both now `+0.005` so a multi-row batch can't drift ~0.01 SEK while each row passes individually. - **`transactions.category` no longer overwritten**: was forced to `'income_services'` (→ BAS 3001 at 25% VAT) for any customer batch, misrepresenting reduced-rate / export / EU-service invoices. The category is only meaningful 1:1 with a single invoice; batches now leave it as-is, mirroring the supplier-side `ELSE category` branch. ## Tests - `tests/pg/match-batch-allocate.pg.test.ts` now wraps every RPC call in `withUserContext(userId)` so `auth.uid()` resolves to the seeded owner. Without this the new membership check would have failed all existing tests. - New pg-real test: `rejects with BATCH_UNAUTHORIZED when caller is not a member of the company` — outsider user gets explicit refusal. - New happy-path assertion: `source_type = 'supplier_invoice_paid'` on the combined verifikat for supplier batches. 15 unit tests pass on the touched paths. RPC patch applied to remote via Supabase MCP. Out-of-scope mcp-server changes still parked locally. Skipped findings (documented in PR comment thread): - V8.2.1 ownership pre-check at route layer (RPC enforces it) - V4.5 / Art.5(1)(b) narrower API response and event payload — typed contracts require the full shapes - V2.4 rate-limiting — system-level, applies to all match endpoints - A.8.28 client-side RLS reliance — documented architectural choice - Direction pre-check at API layer (RPC catches with cleaner code) - V16 + Art.32 + Art.5(1)(b) low-severity logging nits Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(transactions): show all library templates in picker; fix PSD2 seed-row collision (#596)
* feat(transactions): show all library templates in picker; fix PSD2 seed-row collision - Booking template picker: surface every active library template, not only the convertible 2-account shapes. Multi-leg/complex templates route to the manual journal editor pre-filled via applyTemplate instead of being hidden. Drop direction filtering for user templates (inferred direction is unreliable); the curated static catalog still respects it. Add an "Aktivera och bokfor" recovery toast for TX_CATEGORIZE_INVALID_ACCOUNT mirroring the existing ACCOUNTS_NOT_IN_CHART flow. CreateTemplateForm reflows to one card per line so trash buttons stop colliding on narrow screens. - cash_accounts.upsertFromPsd2: the seed_default_cash_account migration plants a manual (bank_connection_id IS NULL) row on the same ledger_account, so the first PSD2 sync's upsert on (company_id, bank_connection_id, external_uid) cannot match it (NULL != NULL) and falls through to INSERT, tripping the (company_id, ledger_account) UNIQUE constraint. Look up and promote the seed row in place first. - Tests: pin the TX_CATEGORIZE_INVALID_ACCOUNT error shape the recovery toast parses; cover applyTemplate on shapes the converter rejects (split-expense and all-'business'-typed). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): PR review — currency metadata, MRU ordering, observable promote, BAS validation - TransactionBookingDialog.buildInitialLinesFromTemplate: attach buildCurrencyMetadata to settlement lines for foreign-currency transactions so the journal entry retains the original currency, amount, and exchange_rate. Without this, non-SEK transactions routed through a non-convertible template were recorded in SEK only with no foreign-currency annotation. (Greptile #2) - TemplatePicker.handleSelectLibraryRaw: only bump the MRU after confirming the click will actually do something (i.e. converted OR a callback is wired). Future consumers that omit onPickLibraryTemplate would otherwise corrupt MRU ordering for templates the user never successfully applied. (Greptile #1) - cash_accounts.upsertFromPsd2 promote-seed: add .select('id') so a zero-row UPDATE is observable. If the seed row vanishes between the SELECT and UPDATE (concurrent ops), fall through to the normal upsert instead of silently returning success without persisting anything. (Greptile #3, compliance A.8.9) - transactions/page.tsx TX_CATEGORIZE_INVALID_ACCOUNT toast: validate accountNumber against /^\d{4}$/ before embedding in any fetch URL/body. Defense-in-depth against a malformed server error envelope. (compliance V8.2.1) - categorize route test: switch the not-in-chart fixture from '4535' (Inköp av varor från annat EU-land — reverse-charge) to '5420' (Programvaror) so the example doesn't imply a domestic override against an EU-reverse-charge account would be valid without its paired moms legs. (Swedish compliance review #3) Other review items deliberately not addressed in this PR: - Validate-on-save that every VAT-rated template has a 'vat' line — overrides existing CreateTemplateForm UX, separate PR. - vat_rate enum guard in applyTemplate — defensive; the editor dropdown only surfaces legal rates and is the only write path in production today. - Imbalance UI warning — already handled: JournalEntryForm computes isBalanced and gates submission; DB trigger check_journal_entry_balance enforces BFL 5 kap server-side. Agent v1 bundle: TIC v2 onboarding, in-app assistant gating, sidebar nav, MCP fixes (#584)
* fix(sie-import): accept tab as field separator (Bollbok exports) The SIE 4 spec allows either space or tab between fields, but splitSIELine() only treated space (0x20) as a separator. Bollbok exports tab-separated lines for every record except #RAR, which silently swallowed all #IB / #UB / #KONTO / #KTYP / #VER / #TRANS records — imports appeared empty even though the file was well-formed. Also adds a parser-side diagnostic that emits a warning when raw #IB or #VER lines are present in the input but parsing produced none. The previous silent failure is how this bug stayed hidden; the warning gives the import preview something visible to surface next time. Verified against two real reproducer files (Sean / Erik Hellqvist): erik h 2025.SE (UTF-8): 166 accounts, 66 IB, 4 UB, 11 RES, 95 vouchers, 198 TRANS. erik h 2026.SE (CP437): 166 accounts, 66 IB, 4 UB, 0 vouchers. Both now parse with zero warnings/errors. Tests: + 8 Bollbok-shape tab-separated fixtures (2025 + 2026 quoting variants). + 4 silent-failure diagnostic-warning tests. All 74 sie-parser tests pass; 155/155 in lib/import; 64/64 downstream callers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sie-import): address PR #513 review — strip #KTYP quotes, suppress redundant aggregate warning Two non-blocking P2 findings from Greptile review on PR #513: 1. #KTYP handler stored fields[2] directly, so Bollbok 2026 exports (#KTYP\t1510\t"T") stored '"T"' with literal quotes instead of 'T'. Latent defect — accountType is unused downstream today, but my tab- separator fix made the quoted-value path reachable. Now routes through parseStringField so both Bollbok 2025 (unquoted T) and 2026 (quoted "T") land as 'T'. 2. The aggregate "kontrollera fältavskiljare och teckenkodning" warning fired alongside per-record 'error'-severity issues for malformed #IB / #VER records, producing a misleading hint when the parser had already pinpointed the structural problem. Now suppressed when an error-severity issue with the same tag already exists. Test coverage: + accountType asserted to be 'T' (not '"T"') in both 2025 + 2026 shapes. + VER aggregate-warning test now uses #VER lines without { } blocks (silent loss, no per-record error) — the canonical case the diagnostic is designed for. + New suppression test: bare #VER produces per-record errors AND the aggregate warning is absent. 75/75 sie-parser tests pass; 156/156 in lib/import. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: agent chat + composer + memory + document extraction In-progress work on this branch beyond the SIE-import fixes: - Specialized accountant agent (composer + intents + chat loop) - Persistent agent_conversations/messages, agent_profiles, agent_memory - /chat surface + /onboarding/agent + /settings/agent-memory - document-extraction extension with status hooks - MCP server staging refactor + new skills (atoms, bank reconciliation, customer onboarding, kreditfaktura) - pending_operations rejection feedback (category + reason) + realtime - TIC company profile cached snapshot on companies - 17 migrations (all additive — see prior conversation analysis) Parked while branch waits for review/merge. Migrations are already applied to prod. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(tic): migrate company-data client from api-core v1 to Lens v2 Swaps the seven TIC company-data endpoints we call from the api-core paths (`/datasets/companies/{companyId}/...`, `/search/companies`) to the Lens equivalents (`/companies/{id}/...`, `/search-public/companies`). Hard cutover; proxy pattern preserved. Schema shifts handled inside the extension so consumers (TicWorkspace, Step2CompanyDetails) don't need changes: - `/companies/{id}/bank-accounts` now returns Bankgirot only — map to the existing `{ type, accountNumber, bic }` shape, drop terminated. - `/companies/{id}/industries` returns a discriminated array — filter to `companyIndustryCodeType === 'sni2007'` to preserve v1 behavior. - `/companies/{id}/phone-numbers` renamed the field to `phoneNumberFormatted` (fall back to `e164PhoneNumber`). - `/companies/{id}/documents` replaces `/financial-report-summaries`; filter `type === 'annualReport'` and read nested `financialReportMetadata` to rebuild the legacy summary shape. - `isCeased` is now a top-level boolean; `activityStatus` is an enum. Translate enum -> 'ceased' for the workspace's existing check. BankID identity flow (id.tic.io) is untouched — separate TIC product. Note: deploy gated on the TIC proxy being flipped to lens-api.tic.io with an `x-api-key` Lens key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tic): expose v2 onboarding & workspace data Adds six new Lens (v2) fetchers on top of the migration that already landed in this branch, surfacing the data through /lookup and /profile. New fetchers in lib/tic-client.ts: - getFiscalYears /companies/{id}/fiscal-years - getAccountingPeriods /companies/{id}/accounting-periods - getPayrolls /companies/{id}/payrolls - getSignatory /companies/{id}/signatory - getRepresentatives /companies/{id}/representatives - getCompanyStatus /companies/{id}/status /lookup gains a fiscalYear field (current fiscal-year configuration) so onboarding Step 2 can skip manual MM-DD entry. CompanyLookupResult extended with optional fiscalYear; consumers without it keep working. /profile gains five new sections on TICCompanyProfile: - fiscalYear + fiscalYearHistory current + deduped period list - signatory firmateckning descriptions - board + representatives board-composition summary + active officers (positionEnd in future) - payrolls payroll2 array newest-first, with deviation vs annual-report - statuses current+historical status entries with red/yellow/green/neutral color TicWorkspace renders the new data as four cards (Status, Fiscal year + Signatory, Board + Representatives, Payroll history) plus a Badge mapping for the traffic-light status color. Tests: 52 -> 60 passing. Added unit tests for the new fetchers' v2 paths, fiscal-year auto-fill in /lookup, and full v2 profile coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(onboarding, agent): lean on TIC v2 to skip Steps 1 & 3 and sharpen Opus Three small wins that unlock more of the v2 cutover. No new endpoints — the data was already in the snapshot, just not flowing where it should. Step 1 (entity_type) — deep-link path only: - /lookup now returns `legalEntityType` and `registrationDate` (added to CompanyLookupResult). - /onboarding/page.tsx does a server-side /lookup prefetch when ?org_number= is present (BankID picker path), maps "AB"/"EF" to the EntityType enum, and seeds Step 1's radio. Falls through silently for unsupported codes (HB, KB, …) and on TIC errors. - WelcomeOnboarding hydrates ticLookup state from the server prefetch so Step 2's debounced client fetch and Step 3's first-year inference both have data on first render — no flash. Step 3 (is_first_fiscal_year) — every path: - deriveFirstYearDefaults() parses ticLookup.registrationDate and returns { isFirstFiscalYear, firstYearStart } when registered <12 months ago. Step 3's initialData picks it up; the user only confirms the end date. - Settings value wins when present so existing users with a saved choice don't get overridden. Composer prompt: - redactTic allowlist was the bottleneck — it stripped beneficialOwners, signatory, board, representatives, payrolls, statuses, fiscalYear before Opus ever saw the JSON. Existing filterRedundantQuestions ownership logic was effectively dead because the data path was severed. Expanded allowlist to include those v2 sections; kept bankAccounts/ email/phone/fiscalYearHistory/financialReports out (token cost > signal). - SYSTEM_PROMPT now documents each v2 section and the rules Opus should apply: payroll signal switches from "registration.payroll" to "actual payrolls[] filings" (kills the false-positive swedish-payroll selection for newly registered employers); beneficialOwners[] becomes the authoritative ownership source (single owner → FMB modifier; multiple → multi-owner); statuses[] isCeased/red triggers an uncertainty_note. Tests: 4112 unchanged. Build: green. No schema or migration changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): onboarding polish + composer signal fixes from first-run feedback UX: - AgentOnboarding: drop the 10s "Hoppa över — fortsätt med standardval" escape hatch. The fallback path runs automatically on timeout; the manual skip just teased users into a degraded build. - ReviewCard step 2 title: "Stämma av detaljerna" → "Stäm av detaljerna" (imperative form matches the rest of the steps). - Drop em-dashes from user-visible Swedish strings in AgentOnboarding + ReviewCard (fallback labels, subtitles, placeholder, error message, final CTA). Em-dashes survive in code comments only. - "Fråga min revisor" → "Fråga min assistent" everywhere it surfaced: AgentTrigger, AgentSparkleButton, ReviewCard preview, ReviewCard fallback comment, general.help intent buttonLabel + prompt text. - AgentTrigger / AgentSparkleButton / EmptyState.AgentHelpLink / TransactionInboxCard ask-button all gated on identity.isVerified. Pre-onboarding users no longer see the floating FAB or per-page Sparkle buttons. AgentSheetProvider.identity gained an isVerified field; (dashboard)/layout.tsx selects agent_profiles.verified_at and passes it through. TIC verksamhetsbeskrivning: - tic/index.ts /profile: /companies/{id}/purposes returns every historical verksamhetsföremål filing. Picking [0] was returning the oldest "äga och förvalta" holding-company boilerplate for companies whose later filings narrowed the purpose ("tillhandahålla företagskrediter och finansiella teknologilösningar"). Sort the array by lastUpdatedAtUtc desc and take the most recent non-empty purpose. Composer banking signal: - loadBankingSummary now reads journal_entry_id alongside description/amount/date and returns per-counterparty `direction` ('in' | 'out' | 'mixed') and `has_unbooked` (any row not yet booked). Aggregate `unbooked_count` accompanies the rollup. - buildUserPrompt emits each counterparty as `Name: 12 345 kr (ut, OBOKFÖRD)` so Opus can tell income from cost on sight and tell which counterparties are still open questions. - SYSTEM_PROMPT now explicitly forbids verification questions about counterparties whose direction is unambiguous AND status is 'bokförd'. Should kill the regressions from the first agent build: * "Konsult, J 98 565 kr — intäkt eller kostnad?" when the amount is clearly negative. * "ALMI AB 493 000 kr — lån eller bidrag?" when the transaction is already categorized. Tests: 4112 unchanged. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent,ui): representation needs deltagare+syfte, drop duplicate doc icon Representation booking: - transaction-categorization prompt now requires the agent to capture participants (name + company) AND purpose before staging a representation categorization. SKV's representationsregler + ML 8 kap require the verifikation to document who attended and what the meeting was about; without that the avdrag is denied and the post should be booked as non-deductible / personalkostnad. - The agent confirms back in plain text (audit trail in the chat), writes the deltagare + syfte to gnubok_remember_fact (long-term), THEN stages. Saknas deltagare/syfte: explicitly tell the user the avdrag won't go through and offer the non-deductible alternative. - Known gap (followup, not this commit): the staged op's journal entry description doesn't yet carry the deltagare text. Until we add a `notes` field to gnubok_categorize_transaction, the audit trail lives in chat + agent_memory only. TransactionInboxCard duplicate attachment indicator: - Drop the FileCheck2 "open document" button from the trailing slot. TransactionAttachmentIndicator (Paperclip) next to the description already opens the underlag on click. Two icons doing the same thing was noise. Cleaned up the unused state (isOpeningDoc, hasAttachment, handleOpenAttachment) and dropped now-unused imports (FileCheck2, useToast). Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent, nav): notes on verifikation + redesigned sidebar Audit-trail notes for representation: - gnubok_categorize_transaction gains an optional `notes` string. Threaded through stagePendingOperation → commitCategorizeTransaction → createTransactionJournalEntry, which now appends notes to the entry's description (capped at 500 chars). The verifikation an external auditor reads now carries deltagare + syfte directly — not just chat history / agent_memory. - transaction-categorization prompt updated: representation flow now REQUIRES the agent to pass deltagare+syfte via the notes parameter. Without it the booking is non-deductible / personalkostnad per SKV. DashboardNav redesign: - Top section: flat, no header — Hem (/chat), Underlag (was Dokumentinkorg), Transaktioner, Granskning. Always visible; the inline badge on /pending shows the count when there are pending ops. - Mid section: four collapsible dropdowns (Försäljning, Inköp, Redovisning, Personal). Each auto-expands when the active route lives inside it. KPI moved from main to Redovisning. Extension nav items (TIC workspace, etc.) fold into Redovisning. - Bottom-left: new account popover (DropdownMenu, opens upward) holding CompanySwitcher, Inställningar, Hjälp, Support, Logga ut. Replaces the old top company-switcher card + the bottom Support/Logout block. - Mobile drawer mirrors the new structure: top items as flat list, same four dropdown groups, separate "Tillägg" section when extensions exist, "Mitt konto" section at the bottom. - i18n: invoice_inbox label renamed "Dokumentinkorg" → "Underlag" ("Documents" in en). New keys: mitt_konto, group_extensions. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): unhide Leverantörer under Inköp The /suppliers entry existed in navItems but was marked hidden — leftover from when the supplier list lived elsewhere in the IA. Removing the hidden flag puts Leverantörer in the Inköp dropdown alongside Leverantörsfakturor. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): CompanySwitcher back to top-left, user account moves bottom-left The previous pass collapsed both concepts into the bottom popover. They mean different things: the company is the org context everything below operates against (top-of-sidebar, scannable); the user is the account-holder (bottom-of-sidebar, where settings/logout live). - (dashboard)/layout.tsx: fetch profiles.full_name alongside the existing identity queries; pass userName + userEmail into DashboardNav. - DashboardNav: restore CompanySwitcher at the top of the sidebar (pre-redesign placement). Bottom-left popover trigger now shows the signed-in user's name + single-letter initial (accountInitial helper falls back to email's first char, then "?"). Popover header carries full name + email; items unchanged (Inställningar, Hjälp, Support, Logga ut). CompanySwitcher removed from inside the popover — nested dropdowns were awkward and the top placement is where it belongs. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): trim the agent context strip The row-level AgentContextStrip on /pending was rendering the model name (eu.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-6) and the full atoms array (horizontal/swedish-vat, vertical/konsult-it, …) inline, which made each row 60–80 chars of mostly-the-same metadata. Reviewers never scan that text; they scan amounts and decide approve/reject. Now the strip shows only the conversation deep-link (Konversation #<short id>) — the one piece that's actually useful for diving into context. Model + atoms remain available in agent_metadata for debugging surfaces; they're just not in the list view. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): shared ground rules + paragraph breaks after tool calls Two regressions surfaced in real usage. Both are systemic. Shared agent ground rules: - /chat surface (general.help) was happily inventing four-digit BAS account numbers ("Debet 6212 - Molntjänster…", "Kredit 2614 - Ingående moms…") and proposing booking decisions on invoices it had never seen, with no follow-up questions about currency/scope/etc. - transaction-categorization had those rules baked into its prompt; general-help / bokslut-step / invoice-draft / supplier-invoice-review / verifikation-draft / vat-review never inherited them. - Extracted lib/agent/intents/shared-rules.ts with five cross-cutting rules: underlag first (check inbox + ask user to upload to Dokumentinkorgen when missing), ask follow-ups when ambiguous, never write four-digit BAS account numbers in chat (category names only), cite atoms / load skills (don't guess), check counterparty history before proposing. - Injected renderAgentGroundRules() into all six intents above. transaction-categorization left alone — it has more detailed inline rules tied to its specific underlag-flow. Paragraph break after tool calls: - text_delta from the model often resumes after a tool call without a leading newline ("kategoriseras." → gnubok_query_journal runs → "Inget historik hittades…" appended directly). Markdown rendered the concatenation as one paragraph. - AgentChat text_delta handler now inserts \n\n when (a) the buffer ends with text content, (b) the incoming delta starts with text content, (c) at least one tool call has run, and (d) the buffer doesn't already end with a blank line. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): default-open dropdown groups; closing is per-user Dropdowns started collapsed which meant first-time users had to open each group to discover what's inside. Inverted the state: default open, user can collapse, active route still forces a group open. - manualExpanded → manualCollapsed (semantics flip) - toggleGroup unchanged externally; flips the bit - isGroupExpanded returns !manualCollapsed[g] || hasActiveChild Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): rate-safe v1→v2 TIC upgrade, counterparty defaults, profile settings Three pre-ship quality wins. Rate-limit-safe TIC v2 upgrade: - The /profile endpoint fans out to ~13 Lens calls; the account has a ~3000/mo ceiling. Force-refreshing every pre-v2 (v1) snapshot across the customer base would blow the budget. - ensureTicSnapshot gains an `upgradeV1` flag. A cached snapshot still inside the 7-day window is re-fetched only when (a) the caller passes upgradeV1 AND (b) the snapshot is v1-shaped (missing the v2-only `statuses` key). Gated to the two agent-onboarding call sites — a deliberate, once-per-company action and the only consumer of the v2 sections. Workspace + signup keep the natural 7-day staleness, so the v1→v2 migration is lazy and bounded to companies actually building an agent. Known-counterparty defaults (shared-rules): - Agent now proposes a sensible default for well-known counterparties instead of asking the same question monthly: Almi → lån, Tillväxtverket/ Vinnova/EU-stöd → bidrag, Skatteverket → skatt/avgift or återbäring, Bolagsverket → avgift, Försäkringskassan → ersättning, EF private withdrawal → eget uttag. Stated as an assumption the user can correct, not a hard rule — underlag/history still wins. Företagsprofil settings page: - New /settings/agent-profile (Företagsprofil / "Company profile"): view + edit the agent's company profile after onboarding — assistant name + avatar, the profile summary the agent reasons from, and a read-only chip view of loaded specialities (atoms). Backed by the existing GET/PATCH /api/agent/profile. - New GET /api/agent/atom-titles?ids= resolves atom slugs → human titles for the chips (registry is globally-readable reference data). - Added to SettingsSidebar; i18n keys agent_profile (sv "Företagsprofil" / en "Company profile"). Note: /chat already redirects unverified users to / (chat layout guard), and / renders WelcomeGate → /onboarding/agent. No redirect work needed. AgentSetupBanner.tsx is orphaned dead code (WelcomeGate superseded it). Tests: 4112. Build: green. Both new routes compile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav, agent): Hem=Översikt + separate Assistent button; memory dedup Nav restructure: - "Hem" now points to / (Översikt dashboard) again, not /chat. The agent chat gets its own top-level nav entry "Assistent" (Sparkles icon) → /chat. Mobile bottom nav mirrors this (Hem / Assistent / Transaktioner). - / restored to render DashboardContent (the Översikt) for built-agent users instead of redirecting to /chat. Users who haven't built their assistant yet still get WelcomeGate (the build-agent checklist); once verified, / shows the dashboard. Chat is reachable anytime via its nav entry. Restored main's dashboard data-fetch; added an agent_profiles verified_at probe to drive the WelcomeGate branch. - i18n: nav.assistant ("Assistent" / "Assistant"). agent_memory dedup (gnubok_remember_fact): - The agent re-remembers the same fact constantly (e.g. "Vercel = omvänd skattskyldighet" on every Vercel categorization), which would bloat agent_memory with paraphrases over months. - Before insert, compare the incoming fact against the 300 most-recent active memories by word-set Jaccard similarity (lowercased, punctuation- stripped, stopwords dropped). A near-duplicate (≥0.82) is treated as already-known: bump its relevance toward the new score + refresh updated_at instead of writing a new row. Embedding-free, zero added latency beyond one bounded SELECT. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent, nav): företagsprofil=Bolagsuppgifter, avatar nav icon, dedupe greeting Företagsprofil settings page (the right content this time): - Replaced the agent atoms/summary panel with CompanyProfileView — a read-only "Bolagsuppgifter" view of the cached TIC company snapshot (name, org-nr, form, address, F-skatt/Moms/Arbetsgivare, SNI, bank, verksamhet, employees, latest financials, status traffic-lights, fiscal year, firmateckning, företrädare). Server component reads the companies.tic_snapshot column directly — no extension import, stays inside the core-build boundary. - Route renamed /settings/agent-profile → /settings/company-profile. Removed the old AgentProfilePanel + the now-unused /api/agent/atom-titles endpoint. "Assistent" nav icon = the agent's chosen avatar: - DashboardNav reads agent identity from AgentSheetProvider and renders the onboarding-chosen avatar for the /chat ("Assistent") entry across desktop sidebar, mobile drawer, and mobile bottom nav. Falls back to the Sparkles glyph pre-onboarding (no avatar yet). Nav cleanup: - Dropped the beta badge from Underlag. - Filtered the TIC workspace (/e/general/tic, "Företagsprofil") out of the nav — the same Bolagsuppgifter now lives under Inställningar → Företagsprofil, so it shouldn't appear in two places. Doubled intake greeting fix: - /chat/intake fires an invoke with no conversation_id, then swaps the URL to /chat/[id] the instant the `conversation` event lands — which can beat the greeting being persisted. /chat/[id] then hydrated with 0 messages and, because the auto-fire guard keyed on (id && messages>0), fired a SECOND invoke on the same conversation → two greetings. Guard now keys on conversation-id presence alone: a set id means resume, never bootstrap. Closes the race. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): paragraph-break-after-tool split words mid-stream The earlier "insert \n\n when text resumes after a tool call" heuristic re-evaluated on EVERY text_delta (any delta not starting/ending with whitespace, once a tool had run). Streaming deltas arrive in sub-word chunks, so it injected breaks between fragments of the same word: "minnes\n\nno\n\nterna", "kund\n\nrep\n\nresentation". Replace the per-delta heuristic with a consume-once ref: - tool_use sets breakBeforeNextTextRef = true - the next text_delta consumes it: prepends \n\n exactly once (only when the buffer has content, doesn't already end in whitespace, and the delta doesn't start with whitespace), then clears the flag So the break fires once per tool→text resume, never mid-word. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): much shorter replies, representation headcount + VAT cap, dot separator Brevity (system-prompt Svarsformat — affects every reply): - Hard "korthet är regel nummer ett": aim for 2-4 sentences, lead with the answer/action, no warm-up ("Här är vad som gäller…"), don't derive VAT in prose, don't restate what the approval card shows, one question at a time. The agent was writing textbook-length essays. Representation rule now in shared-rules (so verifikation-draft, vat-review, etc. all get it — previously only transaction-categorization had it, which is why the verifikation flow guessed 25% VAT and skipped the cap): - Require ANTAL deltagare (headcount), not just one name — the moms deduction is per person (underlag cap 300 kr/person ex moms). - Use the receipt's ACTUAL VAT rate (usually 12% on food), never assume 25%. - Meal representation isn't income-tax deductible (post-2017); whole cost booked as non-deductible representation. Verifikation description separator: - createTransactionJournalEntry appended notes with an em-dash ("Utlägg Eatnam — Deltagare:…"), violating house style. Switched to a middle dot " · ". journal_entries has no separate notes column — the description IS the BFL verifikationstext / audit field, so deltagare + syfte correctly live there. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): tidy Bolagsuppgifter — no status colours, clean firmateckning From first-look feedback on the Företagsprofil page: - Status: dropped the coloured traffic-light badges (red/yellow/green). Per the design system semantic colour is data-only, never chrome, so status now renders as plain label + date. Also filtered to dated entries only — Bolagsverket emits flags like "Har aldrig varit verksam" with no date that read as noise next to the real status. Ceased status gets muted destructive text (the one chrome colour the system keeps). - Firmateckning: the source text carries ">" list markers and crams several rules onto one line, and repeats "Firman tecknas av styrelsen" across rows. cleanSignatory() strips the markers, normalises whitespace, splits run-on "Firman tecknas …" clauses onto separate lines, and the render dedupes — so each rule reads as its own sentence. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): inbox items expose all terminal links + processed flag The Eatnam receipt was booked against its bank transaction (so the inbox row had matched_transaction_id + created_journal_entry_id set), yet the agent reported it as loose/unmatched and a duplicate risk. Root cause: gnubok_list_inbox_items only selected and returned matched_supplier_id + created_supplier_invoice_id — the supplier-invoice path. The transaction-match and direct-journal-entry paths were invisible, so any receipt cleared via /transactions looked unprocessed. - list_inbox_items now selects + returns matched_transaction_id and created_journal_entry_id alongside the supplier fields, plus a derived `processed` boolean (true when ANY of the three terminal links is set). - New unprocessed_only=true input filters to items with no terminal link — the "what still needs handling" view that prevents the agent from flagging already-booked docs as duplicates. (Fetches a wider window then filters client-side so limit applies post-filter.) - Description updated to document the processed semantics, within the 280-char tool-description budget. The DB linkage itself already worked: /transactions attach-document sets matched_transaction_id, and commitCategorizeTransaction stamps created_journal_entry_id. This was purely a read/surface gap. Tests: 4112 (+ MCP description guard). Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): repair stage-but-never-commit tools + consolidate tool surface - post_annual_depreciation AND reverse_entry were never in the pending_operations operation_type CHECK, so both staged then died with check_violation at INSERT. Add the CHECK migration, a commitPostAnnualDepreciation executor (reusing commitAnnualPostings), risk tier, and the PendingOperationType union member. - Salary tools de-risked: calculate_salary_run calls runSalaryCalculation() directly (no self-fetch/forged cookie); create_salary_run uses a transactional create-run helper with compensating delete; generate_agi actually generates + persists the declaration. - import_sie parses + validates at stage time with a content-rich preview (company, fiscal year, voucher/account counts, balance) instead of a blind byte count. - batch-match-invoices passed user.id where companyId was expected (silently matched zero). - VAT report+widget merged behind render_ui; gnubok_search_tools ranks by relevance; gnubok_feedback readOnlyHint corrected; tools/list instruction text fixed; income decision-tree + GL/query_journal cross-refs added. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): load skill atom bodies from the DB so they survive the build Skill bodies were read from disk at runtime (.claude/skills/**/SKILL.md); on Vercel the dynamic readFile path isn't traced into the lambda and on Docker .claude/ is excluded, so atoms loaded EMPTY in production — a despecialized agent. Inline the bodies into agent_atom_registry instead: - Migration adds body + mcp_exposed columns; a build-time generator (scripts/generate-skill-bodies.ts) emits a deterministic dollar-quoted seed migration with a content-hash manifest + --check CI guard. - Read sites (mcp-server atoms.ts, chat system-prompt.ts, composer prewarm) read body from the DB, with a dev-only disk fallback. mcp_exposed curates which atoms the MCP exposes (swarm-* never become atoms). - The seed script + generator share scripts/lib/atom-discovery.ts; estimated_tokens now reflects SKILL.md only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): safe the in-app assistant — gating, FAB de-confliction, rate limit, friendly errors - Hide all agent entry points until verified_at: the Assistent nav tab (sidebar + mobile) and the agent-memory settings tab now match the floating FAB's gate. - FAB de-confliction: /kpi -> kpi.explain and /bookkeeping/year-end -> bokslut.step so the floating button opens the SAME assistant as the page button (no two-agents-on-one-page). - Generous per-user rate limit (30/min, 1000/day) on /api/agent/invoke, /onboarding/stream, /composer via a new agent_rate_counters table + check_and_increment_agent_quota RPC; fails open. Bounds runaway Bedrock spend without touching normal users. - Friendly errors: Bedrock 429/timeout/5xx normalized to Swedish (friendlyModelError) in run-turn + the invoke route; the chat client surfaces the server's friendly message instead of a raw HTTP status. - /chat/new validates ?intent= against the registry so bad deep-links fall back to general.help instead of rendering a broken-looking error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): keep /chat read-only — redirect categorization + swap the "categorize" suggestion for a VAT-report question general.help (the /chat assistant) is read-only, but it still gave per-transaction bokföringsförslag in prose and asked "godkänner du dessa?" — an analysis the user can't act on (no write tool, no per-tx underlag). Strengthen the prompt to redirect categorization/bokföring to the per-transaction flow (open the transaction -> "Fråga om denna transaktion", where the agent sees the underlag and stages a real ApprovalCard); a short overview is still allowed. Add a guard test locking in no-write-tools + the redirect language. Swap the /chat empty-state "Hjälp mig kategorisera" chip (which lured users into exactly this dead-end) for a VAT-report question the read-only assistant can actually answer. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(pending): declutter the review queue rows + header Fold the conversation deep-link onto the actor label (drop the separate "Konversation #xxxx" strip and its icon), hide the quick-pick when there's only one operation type (it duplicated "Markera alla"), and drop the "(0)" from the disabled bulk-approve button. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(vat): enhance VAT handling by integrating document validation and improving error messaging * feat(settings): add assistant knowledge surface + consolidate settings tabs Expose the agent's skill atoms (agent_atom_registry) in a read-only surface beside the existing memory view, and tighten the settings tab bar from 14 to 10 tabs. - New GET /api/agent/skills + AgentSkillsPanel: lists active, mcp_exposed atoms grouped by tier (Kärnkompetens / bransch / bolagssituation), flags which are active for the company from agent_profiles, and lazy-loads each SKILL.md body on expand. - New /settings/assistant tab with a Minne/Kompetens toggle (?view=skills); /settings/agent-memory and /settings/agent-skills redirect into it. - Merge Företagsprofil (TIC snapshot) into the Företag tab via CompanyProfileSection; /settings/company-profile redirects. - Merge Skatteverket-anslutningen into the Skatt tab — OAuth returnTo and the callback toast now target /settings/tax; /settings/skatteverket redirects. - Drop the Säkerhetsbackup tab (already under Importera/Exportera). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): keep booked underlag out of the unmatched queue + widen match window - categorize: after booking an inbox underlag onto a verifikat, backfill the inbox row's matched_transaction_id + created_journal_entry_id so it stops showing as unmatched (mirrors the /attach-document paperclip path). - TransactionMatchPicker: bias the candidate window forward (60d before → 180d after the invoice date) so late payments aren't dropped before scoring, and widen the ranking date tolerance to 120d so the true match floats to the top instead of collapsing to "Svag match". Fix "okatigoriserade" typo. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: bundle in-progress branch work + agent onboarding chat optimizations Captures the uncommitted work-in-progress on this branch so it lives on the remote. Heterogeneous changeset — bundled as one commit since the work was already entangled across files. Headline change in this commit (from this session): - Remove the double interview in agent onboarding. Phase B's verification- question form stepper is gone — the Phase C chat (onboarding.intake) now owns the entire interview and reads the composer's verification_questions server-side as its question bank. - ReviewCard collapses from 3 steps to 2 (meet → review-and-confirm) with value-first ordering: profile + "vad jag kan hjälpa dig med" + facts + optional seed note. CTA reads "Möt {namn}" to signal the chat follows. - ChatIntakeStarter handoff subcopy updated to match reality (assistant greets first; user can leave anytime). - Stamp agent_profiles.intake_completed_at server-side in app/api/agent/invoke/route.ts on the first user-typed reply in any onboarding.intake conversation (idempotent IS NULL guard, best-effort). Closes the previously dead-write column and unlocks the opportunistic- follow-up hook the migration anticipated. Plus in-progress branch work being carried forward (not introduced here): agent runtime + intent prompts, composer + atom-discovery scripts, MCP server skills surface, onboarding flow components, dashboard/inbox tweaks, two new agent_atom_registry migrations, additional agent-chat tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(agent): drop inline "Fråga assistenten" affordances — rely on the FAB The bottom-right "Fråga {namn}" FAB (AgentTrigger) is already route-aware and picks the right intent per page, so duplicating it as inline page- header buttons and empty-state links is noise. Removed: - EmptyState `agentHelp` link ("Eller fråga {namn} hur du kommer igång") + the AgentHelpLink component + agent_default_name/agent_ask_link i18n keys + the agentHelp props on EmptyInvoices/EmptyCustomers/EmptyTransactions. - AgentSparkleButton on /bookkeeping (verifikation.draft) and /kpi (kpi.explain) page headers. The FAB stays — when verified, it appears on those routes and routes to the right intent automatically. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): gate the last two ungated "Fråga assistenten" affordances Both surfaces previously called useAgentSheet directly without checking identity.isVerified, so they appeared pre-onboarding (everywhere else the FAB / sparkle buttons / /chat / Assistent nav are all gated on verified_at). - Settings page header: remove the "Fråga {namn}" pill entirely. The FAB covers /settings routes route-aware (settings.help) — no need for a duplicate inline trigger. - Invoice inbox transaction picker: hide the "Fråga assistenten" button when the agent isn't built. Done at the parent (InvoiceInboxWorkspace) by passing onAskAssistant only when identity.isVerified is true; the child renders the button only when the callback is present. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tic, onboarding, agent): single-call TIC lookup + director-aware narrative voice - TIC: collapse the company lookup from 6 endpoint calls to 1 (search-public already exposes sniCodes, bank accounts, emails, phones, and registration flags). Derive fiscal-year MM-DD from mostRecentFinancialSummary; newly-registered companies fall through to the client's first-year defaults. - Onboarding: BankID picker no longer auto-provisions companies. Every pick routes through the wizard with orgnr (and entity_type via the CompanyRoles match) prefilled; F-skatt/VAT/address get confirmed in steps 2-4 instead of being auto-fetched. createCompanyFromOnboarding reuses CompanyLookupResult and adds a defensive top-level catch so server-action errors surface to the UI instead of being redacted. - Agent composer: loadUserDirectorship() checks BankID CompanyRoles for a director-like position (ceo/boardMember/chairman/externalSignatory, active) before the narrative uses second-person ownership voice ("Du driver…"); unknown users get neutral third-person voice so we never put ownership words in the user's mouth. Tests cover loadUserDirectorship, narrative voice, tic-fetch path, onboarding page, and updated TIC client + lookup/profile suites. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): extend agent-onboarding TIC budget to 10s + backfill stranded org_numbers The 5s TIC fetch timeout aborted client-side before the upstream Lens fan-out (~13 calls) could complete, but the in-flight upstream calls still counted against quota — actions.ts already documents ~530 wasted calls from this in May. Same bug still applied to the agent-onboarding stream path. Adds an optional `timeoutMs` to `ensureTicSnapshot` so deliberate wait-screen callers (agent onboarding stream) can run with 10s while background/dev callers stay on the conservative 5s default. Page-level server fetch (page.tsx) intentionally stays at 5s to avoid blocking TTFB without a visible progress affordance. Backfill migration mirrors `company_settings.org_number` to `companies.org_number` for the 105 cases where it's safe (after dedup + conflict filtering). 56 of those are on active companies — unblocks duplicate guards, SIE/SRU exports, and TIC fallback chain. Zero TIC API calls — pure data move. Idempotent. Also sweeps a pre-existing SSRF guard on the stream route's origin derivation that was sitting unstaged in the working tree — it lives in the same diff hunks as the TIC budget change and couldn't be split cleanly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: bundle in-progress branch work Sweep up uncommitted agent/MCP/RLS work-in-progress so the branch is fully backed up to origin. Not reviewed in detail — committed as-is to preserve working state alongside the TIC fixes in the previous commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): tag the "Bygg din bokföringsassistent" CTA as Beta Adds a Beta badge next to the assistant-setup heading on the dashboard banner, dashboard inline card, and onboarding checklist row. Also drops the stale "Gratis i 30 dagar" subline from the dashboard card. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(build, migrations): PendingOperationType salary ops + resolve migration version collisions PR #584 went red on three things: 1. core-only build / Vercel: `lib/pending-operations/commit.ts:2666` switched on 'create_salary_run' and 'generate_agi' but `PendingOperationType` was missing both literals. Add them to the union. 2. Supabase preview: migration version 20260526120000 collided with main's newly-merged 20260526120000_fix_replace_sie_import_hard_delete.sql. Bump the branch's pair to 20260526120050 / 20260526120051 — still ahead of 20260526120100_restvardeavskrivning so ordering is preserved. 3. 20260527170000 was used twice on this branch (_agent_rls_with_check + _journal_entry_no_doc_required). Bump the second to 20260527170100 so the pair stays orderable and Supabase doesn't choke on the duplicate schema_migrations PK. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ci): reword comment so core-only guard stops flagging it The "Check no core imports from extensions" step greps for the literal \`from '@/extensions/\` across lib/, app/api/, components/. A comment in lib/agent/composer/tic-fetch.ts quoted the exact pattern verbatim to explain *why* the file does a self-fetch instead of importing the TIC extension directly — which the grep matched even though no actual import exists. Rewrite the line to keep the same meaning without the literal pattern. Inbox page-count gate + DataList/DropdownMenu primitives (#554)
* feat(inbox): skip AI extraction for multi-page PDFs (#553) Bedrock churns for minutes on multi-page PDFs (sales reports, bank statements, contracts) and returns nothing useful. Above 3 pages we now skip extraction entirely and mark the row with extraction_skipped=true; the document still lands in the inbox and can be attached or converted manually. Same gate applies to the /items/:id/attach path. Client can also opt out via skip_extraction=true (skip_reason=client_opt_out). The InvoiceInboxWorkspace renders an "Inte AI-tolkad" badge for skipped rows, distinct from the "Felaktig" failure state (status='error'). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(ui): introduce DataList + DropdownMenu primitives, roll out across list pages DataList replaces the per-row Card pattern across Granskning, Transactions, Invoices, Supplier invoices, and Pending. One bordered container with hairline rows matches the flat-with-hairlines aesthetic in CLAUDE.md — no shadows, no state-tinted borders, secondary token for selected/hover. DropdownMenu fills the gap for row-level action menus on TransactionInboxCard, TransactionHistoryList, and the page-level action menus on /transactions and /pending. Replaces ad-hoc Popover + buttons constructions. Migrates list pages and the transaction inbox/history components onto the new primitives. No behavior change beyond the visual unification. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: add agent skills + gnubok domain skills, gitignore compliance reports .agents/skills/ + skills-lock.json + symlinks under .claude/skills/ check in the vercel-labs/agent-skills set pinned by the local skill manager (deploy-to-vercel, vercel-cli-with-tokens, react-best-practices, composition-patterns, react-native-skills, react-view-transitions, web-design-guidelines). Keeps the team on the same versions. .claude/skills/industry/ + .claude/skills/modifier/ are hand-authored vertical and entity-modifier skills for the specialized accountant agent — industries (konsult-it, e-handel, bygg-hantverk, reklambyra, saas-ai) and entity overlays (holding-ab, single-shareholder-ab-fmb, mixed- verksamhet). Project-owned content; lives in the repo by design. Also gitignores .compliance-reports/ — those are large generated SARIF/dossier artifacts from the compliance scanner. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(transactions): unify inbox/history chrome, drop swipe flow The transactions page mixed two-tier filtering, a swipe-view detour, and per-row Card chrome that didn't carry its weight. This pass collapses those into a single editorial-list surface and removes the unused swipe path entirely. User-visible changes: - Mode toggle (Att bokföra / Alla transaktioner) moved from a Tabs row under the header into a dropdown to the right of a unified search bar. Search now persists when switching modes. - Removed the swipe categorization view ("Gå igenom alla") and its trigger button. The 800-line SwipeCategorizationView component is deleted; suggestion-fetching shrinks to what the template picker still consumes. - Inbox rows now show one primary action: invoice/supplier-invoice match shortcut when auto-detected, else "Bokför". A new visible Link2 icon button opens the customer or supplier invoice picker manually (chosen by amount sign). Delete becomes a plain trash button — no overflow menu since it only ever held one item. - Bulk action bar swaps "Markera som privat" for "Ta bort" with a single combined confirmation. - Built SupplierInvoicePicker mirroring InvoicePicker so expense transactions can be matched to supplier invoices from the inbox. Wired through /api/transactions/{id}/match-supplier-invoice. - Template picker dialog renamed to "Bokför transaktion"; "Bokför manuellt…" and "Matcha med faktura…" promoted from muted ghost buttons at the bottom to outline buttons at the top, above the template list. - Breathing room: row padding py-3 → py-4, primary text text-sm → text-base, amount text-base, button heights h-8 → h-9, trailing gap-2 → gap-3 (in the DataList primitive itself, so every list benefits slightly). 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: align package-lock.json with merged package.json The merge resolution took origin/main's package-lock.json (which dropped pdf-lib) but kept our package.json (which still requires pdf-lib for the invoice-inbox extension's PDFDocument import). `npm ci` rejected the mismatch. Regenerate the lock from the merged package.json so both files agree. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: regenerate package-lock.json with npm@10 for CI compat Local npm@11 produced a lock that npm@10 (CI) rejected with "Missing: @swc/helpers@0.5.21". Regenerated with npm@10 --package-lock-only so CI can install. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): supplier-invoice status-leak guard + drop dead prop Two follow-ups from the merge-risk audit: - SupplierInvoicePicker now mirrors InvoicePicker's status-leak guard: if a supplier invoice is still 'approved'/'overdue' but already has a payment voucher attached (journal_entry_id on supplier_invoice_payments), hide it. Closes a UX race window between payment and status flip. Partially-paid invoices still pass through. - Drop the unused onMarkPrivate prop on TransactionInboxCard and the matching handleMarkPrivate wrapper in the parent. Both became dead when the swipe-categorisation flow was removed. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(invoices): duplicate-payment guard on customer mark-paid + categorize (#502)
* fix(invoices): duplicate-payment guard on customer mark-paid + categorize
Two-pronged fix preventing duplicate verifikationer when a customer
invoice is marked paid OR a 19xx→1510 categorization is applied to an
inbound bank tx that already belongs to an open invoice.
Prong A (mark-paid): before booking, scan unlinked positive business
bank txs from the same customer within ±2% / ±60 days. If candidates
exist, return 409 INVOICE_PAID_LIKELY_DUPLICATE with per-candidate
match_reason (ocr_exact > name_amount_fuzzy > amount_only). Override
via `{ force: true }`. Applied to both legacy /api/invoices/[id]/
mark-paid and v1 /api/v1/.../invoices/[id]/mark-paid; v1 guard runs
before dry-run so previews can't mask the warning.
Prong B (categorize): when the user assigns 1930→1510 directly on a
positive business tx with a matching open customer invoice (by name
OR by OCR-normalized reference), return 409
TX_CATEGORIZE_SUGGEST_CI_MATCH routing them to /match-invoice.
Mirrors the supplier-side guard from #461. Shared helpers
(DUPLICATE_AMOUNT_TOLERANCE_PCT, escapeLikePattern) reused as-is.
New helper normalizeOcrReference() strips non-digits for Swedish OCR
equality. New shared candidate-finder
lib/invoices/duplicate-payment-candidates.ts keeps the legacy and v1
routes calling the same code.
Frontend:
- PaymentBookingDialog intercepts the 409, renders candidate list
with match_reason badges (Exakt OCR-träff / Sannolik träff /
Möjlig träff), offers "Länka transaktion" or "Bokför ändå"
(force-retry generates a fresh Idempotency-Key for v1 callers)
- transactions/page.tsx mirrors siMatchSuggestion handling as
ciMatchSuggestion with a parallel "Matcha mot kundfaktura?" dialog
v1 caveat documented in the route's pitfalls block:
INVOICE_PAID_LIKELY_DUPLICATE force-retry requires a fresh
Idempotency-Key because the original is body-hash bound; reusing it
returns 400 IDEMPOTENCY_KEY_REUSE.
Tests: 5 new mark-paid tests (legacy + v1) covering 409, force
bypass, partial-payment skip, ocr_exact match_reason, multi-candidate
ranking. 1 v1-only test verifying dry-run also surfaces the 409. 2
categorize Prong B tests (409 + confirm_no_match bypass).

* fix(invoices): address compliance-swarm review on duplicate-payment guard
Three review-driven fixes:
1. **PostgREST .or() injection (OWASP V1.2.5).** `escapeLikePattern` neutralises
LIKE wildcards but NOT PostgREST filter-DSL chars (`,`, `.`, `(`, `)`). A
customer name like `Acme,fake.eq.true` could otherwise inject a synthetic
filter clause into the `.or('merchant_name.ilike.%X%,description.ilike.%X%')`
string. Replaced with two parameterised `.ilike()` queries dispatched in
parallel and merged by id in JS. Slight perf cost (two index hits per call),
eliminates the DSL-injection surface entirely.
2. **Date window anchored on invoice_date instead of due_date
(swedish-accounting-compliance bot).** The Prong B categorize intercept
filtered open customer invoices by `invoice_date ± 60d` relative to the
bank-tx date. For invoices with 60–90 day payment terms, the actual
payment lands well after `invoice_date`, so the legitimate match falls
outside the window and the guard silently misses it. Switched to
`due_date ± 60d` — the better proxy for "around when payment is expected."
No corresponding change for Prong A (mark-paid), which is correctly
anchored on `paymentDate` (the user-supplied or default-today date) and
scans bank-tx dates around that anchor.
3. **Force-bypass log enrichment (ISO A.8.15, OWASP V16).** Both
`duplicate-payment guard bypassed` warn entries now include `userId` and
`paymentAmount`. Attribution was previously incomplete — the bypass log
carried only `invoiceId`, which forced a join in log aggregation to
identify the acting principal.
Tests updated for the two-query pattern (legacy mark-paid suite enqueues
two transactions-table responses per guard invocation; v1 tests already
worked with the single-entry-per-table mock semantics).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* chore(docs): redirect /docs/api and /llms-full.txt to docs.gnubok.se
Canonical docs host is now docs.gnubok.se. Every `docs_url` field on the
v1 error envelope still points at /docs/api/* on this app; the 308
permanent redirect forwards humans and agent crawlers to the docs
subdomain without us needing to mass-update structured-errors.ts.
/llms-full.txt also routes through the docs host where it's served from
the docs site's own build.

fix(supplier-invoices): guard against duplicate payment when bank tx already booked (#461)
* fix(supplier-invoices): guard against duplicate payment when bank tx already booked
Two-pronged fix for a UX trap where a supplier invoice could be marked paid
even though the bank payment was already booked on 2440, creating a duplicate
verifikation.
Prong A — mark-paid duplicate guard: before booking, scan for an unlinked
outgoing bank transaction matching this supplier (merchant_name ILIKE) within
±2% / ±60 days. If found, return 409 SI_PAID_LIKELY_DUPLICATE with candidates
so the UI can offer "link existing" instead. Override via { force: true }.
Prong B — categorize match suggestion: when the user assigns 2440 directly on
a negative business transaction and an open supplier invoice from the same
supplier covers the same amount, return 409 TX_CATEGORIZE_SUGGEST_SI_MATCH
with candidates and route the user to match-supplier-invoice. Override via
{ confirm_no_match: true }.
Frontend dialogs added on the supplier-invoice detail page and the
transactions inbox. Partial payments skip the mark-paid guard (deliberate
action). Tests cover the 409 path, the override path, and the no-candidates
happy path on both routes.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(supplier-invoices): apply PR review fixes to duplicate-payment guards
- Add `is_business = true` filter to mark-paid candidate query so private
bank withdrawals don't surface as false-positive duplicates
- Escape LIKE wildcards (`%`, `_`, `\`) in both ILIKE patterns to avoid
silent over-matching when a supplier/merchant name contains those chars
- Round paymentAmount and remaining_amount to 2 decimals before the
partial-payment guard comparison to avoid float-equality fragility
- Require credit account to be in the 1xxx (bank/cash) series for the
Prong B 2440 intercept so 2440 against clearing/equity accounts isn't
misinterpreted as a supplier payment
- Extract DUPLICATE_AMOUNT_TOLERANCE_PCT (0.02) and
DUPLICATE_DATE_WINDOW_DAYS (60) into a shared helper module with the
LIKE-escape utility
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(supplier-invoices): broaden 244x match, audit log overrides, drop JE id from response
Second-round PR review fixes:
- Widen Prong B regex from /^2440$/ to /^244\d$/ so payments mapped to BAS
sub-accounts (e.g. 2441 leverantörsskulder i utländsk valuta) also trigger
the suggestion (swedish-invoice-compliance bot)
- Log a structured warning when force=true or confirm_no_match=true is honored,
with the relevant context (amount, date, accounts) so the override is
traceable per BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8 (behandlingshistorik)
- Drop journal_entry_id from the SI_PAID_LIKELY_DUPLICATE candidate response
payload (data minimization, GDPR Art.5(1)(c)); the UI never rendered it
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(supplier-invoices): third-round PR review — date window on Prong B, length cap, VAT message
- Add the missing date window to the Prong B categorize candidate query
(swedish-compliance bot): without it, an open invoice from years back can
surface as a "match" for an unrelated bank transaction. Uses the shared
DUPLICATE_DATE_WINDOW_DAYS against invoice_date.
- Cap supplier/merchant names to 200 chars before they enter escapeLikePattern
(OWASP V1.2.5 / ISO A.8.28). Bounds DB work on pathological inputs.
- Log a structured warning when the mark-paid guard is skipped because the
invoice has no resolved supplier name (BFL 5 kap 7 § — motpart should be
identifiable; the absence is itself worth surfacing).
- Update the SI-match suggestion error and the matching UI copy to call out
the actual compliance risk: a duplicate 244x posting double-deducts ingående
moms (ML 8 kap 3 §), not just bookkeeping symmetry.
- Reword "Bokför på 2440 ändå" to "Bokför på leverantörsskulder ändå" now that
the regex covers BAS sub-accounts 244x.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(supplier-invoices): correct Prong B framing — duplicate verifikation, not VAT double-deduction
Latest swedish-compliance review correctly walked back the earlier
finding that asked for ML 8 kap 3 § VAT framing. Plain 244x
categorization via account_override does not include VAT lines (account
class 2), so the risk is a duplicate verifikation (BFL 5 kap 5 §), not
a double VAT deduction. Update both the structured error message and
the dialog body to reflect the actual mechanism.

Bug/momsdeklaration skv (#449)
* fix(salary): show birthdate in masked personnummer, hide the 4-digit suffix Flip the personnummer display format from XXXXXXXX-NNNN to YYYYMMDD-XXXX so the sensitive 4-digit suffix is hidden while the (public) birthdate stays visible. Affects the employees list/detail, salary run, payslip PDF, payslip email, and the MCP server tools (list_employees, get_salary_run). Each call site now decrypts the stored personnummer before masking. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): allow deleting unbooked transactions from "Alla transaktioner" The history list only let users delete via the inbox card; once a category or mall was picked but the verifikation hadn't been created, the row showed "Ej bokförd" with no way to remove it. The API already permits delete while journal_entry_id is null, so the gap was purely a missing UI affordance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(vat): populate ruta 20-24 for reverse charge + dishonest "Validera OK" Three connected issues caused Skatteverket to reject momsdeklarationer with FK004 even after our local "Validera"-knapp returned OK. 1. supplier-invoice-entries booked fiktiv moms (2614/2624/2634 + 2645/2647) on reverse-charge invoices but never the underlying basbelopp on 44xx/45xx. Ruta 30-32 filled up at SKV while ruta 20-24 stayed at 0 — SKV's FK004 ("silent netting prohibited", ML 13 kap kräver båda sidor). Fix: generateReverseChargeBasisLines in vat-entries.ts emits parallel 45xx/44xx debit + 4598 motkonto credit per rate group. Engine calls it from registration, cash, and credit-note paths. Skipped when the user booked the expense directly on a basis account to avoid double-counting. 4598 added to BAS reference (no migration needed; account_number is plain text on journal_entry_lines). 2. rutorToMomsuppgift rounded each ruta independently but computed summaMoms from the unrounded ruta49. SKV recomputes the sum from integer rutor on their side, so fractional öres caused ±1 SEK drift and SKV rejected with FK009. Fix: derive summaMoms from the already-rounded VAT-amount rutor. 3. "Validera"-knappen only confirmed SKV's internal arithmetic — a declaration with ruta 30-32 populated and ruta 20-24 empty validated fine until /utkast hit FK004. Users got a false green light. Fix: vat-declaration-checks.ts runs locally before the SKV call, blocks Validera/Spara when ERROR-level findings exist, and surfaces them in a separate "Lokala kontroller"-section. Success message reworded so SKV's OK is no longer presented as filing-ready. Tests: 4535/4536/4531/4425 lines + 4598 motkonto on EU/non-EU/byggtjänster RC, credit-note reversal, fractional-öres summaMoms, all four pre-flight codes (RC_BASIS_MISSING, RC_OUTPUT_MISSING, RC_INPUT_VAT_MISMATCH, SUMMA_MOMS_DRIFT). Backfill for already-posted entries follows in the next commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add skattekonto matching functionality - Enhance TransactionInboxCard to display a warning for potential 1930↔1630 transfers. - Implement match suggestions for skattekonto transactions in the backend. - Create SkattekontoMatchDialog component for linking skattekonto rows to existing journal entries. - Develop SkattekontoInboxCard component to handle skattekonto transactions in the inbox. - Introduce skattekonto-match utility functions for candidate matching and linking. - Update types to include match suggestions and enriched transaction responses. * refactor: reorganize skattekonto types and implement bank counterpart matching logic * docs: update CLAUDE.md to streamline integrations and clarify architecture details * refactor: enhance reverse charge logic to handle non-basis accounts and prevent double-counting --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Inbox UX overhaul + cross-currency supplier-invoice fixes (#444)
* feat(kpi): expense mix and top suppliers charts Replace the single monthly-trend chart with two additional compact visuals on /kpi: expense composition donut (BAS class 4-7) and top suppliers bar (supplier_invoices sum_sek over the fiscal period). KPIReport gains expenseComposition and topSuppliers fields, computed from the trial balance and supplier_invoices rows already fetched in the API. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav): swap Deadlines sidebar slot for Dokumentinkorg Sidebar main-menu slot now points to the invoice-inbox extension. The /deadlines page stays accessible via dashboard widgets and direct links — only the prominent nav entry changes. Most users open gnubok to act on incoming documents, not to read tax deadlines. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): cross-currency totals, FX residual, review SEK display Five fixes around foreign-currency supplier invoices: - Form layout: move Valuta / Växelkurs / Reverse charge from collapsed "Övrigt" into a visible row above the line-item table. Auto-fetch the Riksbanken rate when switching to a non-SEK currency; never clobber a user-typed rate; clear it when switching back to SEK. - Form submit: reset() the form on successful submit so the useUnsavedChanges hook detaches its beforeunload listener before the router.push, killing the "Are you sure you want to leave?" prompt that fired during Turbopack-mediated navigations. - BankTransactionPicker: drop the strict currency filter that hid every SEK transaction when the invoice was in EUR/USD. Cross-currency rows fall to the bottom with an "Annan valuta" hint instead of producing a meaningless numeric diff. - match-supplier-invoice route: when the bank transaction currency differs from the invoice currency, compute the FX diff against the AP-booked SEK and pass it to createSupplierInvoicePaymentEntry so 7960/3960 catches the residual instead of leaving a permanent stub on 2440. Fix also covers the "EUR transaction paying a SEK invoice" case that the first iteration missed. - Review dialog: buildJournalPreview now multiplies amounts by the exchange rate so the "Verifikation som bokförs" table shows the actual SEK numbers that hit the DB, not the EUR magnitudes labelled with no unit. Header gains an "(i SEK)" hint when foreign currency. Test coverage for the FX residual path covers SEK-SEK (no diff), SEK-into-EUR-invoice (loss), SEK-into-EUR-invoice (gain), foreign-tx- into-SEK-invoice, and the no-rate fallback. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(inbox): rate limits, multi-file UX, onboarding, retry, supplier autolink Big workspace pass on /e/general/invoice-inbox. Highlights: Backend - New table inbox_rate_counters + RPC check_and_increment_inbox_quota. Postgres-backed (no Upstash dep) per-company limit: 30/min, 500/day. Applied at /upload, /inbound, and /items/:id/retry-extraction. - POST /items/:id/retry-extraction — re-runs the deterministic extractor on a stored document when the previous attempt errored. - POST /items/:id/match-supplier — links a freshly-created supplier back to the inbox item so the next action prefills correctly. - POST /api/transactions/create-from-document — creates an uncategorized manual transaction from an inbox item for the "I have a receipt, no bank transaction" case. The user categorizes through the normal flow. - /inbound caps email at 20 attachments/email; truncated count goes to processing_history as AttachmentsTruncated. Rate-limit drops emit RateLimitedDropped and return 200 so Resend doesn't retry. - attach-document side effect: when the document came from an inbox item, the inbox row's matched_transaction_id is updated so the UI can flip it to "Kopplad till transaktion" without a round-trip. New migration: re-introduces matched_transaction_id on invoice_inbox_items as a plain FK (the AI metadata that the previous migration stripped doesn't come back). Workspace UI - Onboarding card replaces the thin empty-state with a 3-step checkmark guide (Aktivera adress → Ladda upp → Matcha eller bokför). Auto-hides when all three steps are done; localStorage-backed dismiss. Beta badge + link to gnubok.se/priser. - Responsive layout: 3-pane at lg, 2-pane at md, master-detail toggle on phone (list xor detail with a back button). - Filter pills (Alla / Behöver åtgärd / Bearbetade / Fel) + search input above the list — client-side over the existing items list. - Multi-file upload queue with "Laddar X av N…" progress counter on the button. Sequential to avoid hammering pdfjs. Selection stays put during a batch (only single-file drops auto-jump the detail pane). - Bulk select + delete with sticky action bar. Items linked to a supplier invoice are skipped with a count toast. - Retry button in the FieldsRail error branch. - "Skapa transaktion från underlag" CTA in the match dialog when no unmatched bank transactions exist. Prefills date/amount/description from the extracted data; user picks the sign. - "Skapa leverantör" inline CTA when the extractor caught a supplier name with no match against existing suppliers. POSTs /api/suppliers with the extracted fields, then auto-links via /items/:id/match-supplier. - Matched-state CTA renamed to "Bokför transaktionen" with link to /transactions?highlight=<id> so the categorize panel auto-opens. Tests - lib/rate-limits/__tests__/inbox.test.ts — RPC wrapper happy/error/scope - app/api/transactions/create-from-document/__tests__/route.test.ts — auth, validation, 404/409/200/500, inbox-link failure tolerated - extensions/general/invoice-inbox/__tests__/retry-extraction.test.ts — auth, rate limit, 404, 409, 400 no-doc, success, extraction failure - attach-document tests extend coverage to the new inbox-link side effect (both success and best-effort failure paths) - inbound-webhook test mocks the rate-limit module so the queued-mock sequence in each existing test doesn't have to know about it CLAUDE.md gains a row for lib/rate-limits/ so the new helper is discoverable. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(transactions): paperclip indicator and highlight-row param Close the feedback loop after a user attaches a receipt to a transaction from the inbox: the row in /transactions now shows a paperclip icon when transaction.document_id is set, with a click handler that fetches a signed download URL and opens the document in a new tab. Works for both uncategorized and history views. When the inbox sends a user to /transactions?highlight=<id>, the page now scrolls that row into view and auto-opens the categorize panel if the transaction is still uncategorized. Behind a double-rAF so the row DOM exists when scrollIntoView fires. QuickReviewDialog no longer prompts to upload underlag when the transaction already has a doc attached (which it does after the inbox match flow). Shows "Underlag bifogat — Visa" instead, opening the existing doc in a new tab. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pr-444): address review feedback (Greptile + compliance bots) Migration rules - New migration 20260512092423: adds updated_at trigger on inbox_rate_counters (CLAUDE.md rule 2) and explicit USING (false) RLS policies for the four DML verbs to make the SECURITY DEFINER-only intent explicit (rule 1). - New pg-real test inbox-rate-limit.pg.test.ts covering happy path, minute-cap rejection, day-cap rejection, per-company isolation, and the updated_at trigger firing. CLAUDE.md mandates *.pg.test.ts for every new RPC because mocks pass on broken PL/pgSQL. Bugs - Stale exchange rate on currency switch (Greptile P1) — userTouchedRateRef was scoped per session, not per currency. Switching EUR (with a hand-edited rate) → USD kept the EUR rate. Now tracks the last fetched currency in a ref and resets the touched flag on currency change while still honoring manual edits within a single currency. - topSuppliersResult.error silently swallowed (Greptile P2) — failed queries used to render an empty chart matching the no-data state. Logged now. - Currency from extracted_data not validated (GDPR Art.25(2), OWASP V4.5, Swedish compliance bot) — extracted PDF currency was inserted into transactions.currency without sanitisation. Allowlisted against the six supported ISO 4217 codes; coerce to SEK otherwise. - Idempotency gap on create-from-document (OWASP V2.3) — two concurrent POSTs with the same inbox_item_id could each pass the matched_transaction_id IS NULL read and insert duplicate transactions. UPDATE now includes .is('matched_transaction_id', null) as an optimistic-lock release and returns 409 with an orphan-transaction rollback when the predicate doesn't match. - FX residual on cash-method match path (Swedish compliance bot) — createSupplierInvoiceCashEntry has no exchange_rate_difference path, so a cross-currency match would silently leave a 1930 reconciliation gap. Added a guard that returns MATCH_SI_CASH_FX_UNSUPPORTED (400) before the JE is created. Users on cash method can switch to accrual or book the FX diff manually. Design system - gap-y-1.5 / gap-1.5 in KPIExpenseMixChart — replaced with gap-y-2 / gap-2 (CLAUDE.md design tokens; 2.5/1.5/5/hardcoded pixels are forbidden spacing values). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(migrations): rename to match applied versions The mcp__plugin_supabase_supabase__apply_migration tool stamps its own timestamp when it applies a migration to the live project, so the version recorded in supabase_migrations.schema_migrations differs from my local generation-time filenames. Renaming the local files so a production CD run sees the migrations as already-applied (matching versions) instead of trying to re-apply them — which would fail for the trigger/RLS migration (CREATE TRIGGER and CREATE POLICY don't support IF NOT EXISTS). Follows the pattern from d854efcd ("chore(migration): rename to match applied version"). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(create-from-document): scope orphan rollback DELETE by company_id Defence in depth on the inbox-link race rollback. newTx.id is a fresh UUID from a company-scoped insert two statements above, so the existing single-key DELETE is already safe, but adding .eq('company_id', companyId) makes the cross-company invariant explicit on every write — addresses the OWASP ASVS V2.3 finding from the compliance swarm on PR #444. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav): mark Dokumentinkorg with Beta badge Same signal we use for Löner and Anställda — the inbox flow (AI extraction, supplier autolink, manual transaction creation) is in end-to-end customer testing. refactor(ui): app-wide UI/UX consistency pass (#436)
* refactor(ui): app-wide UI/UX consistency pass
Net: +1,159 / −1,373 LOC across 77 files. No new features, no behavior
changes. Locks in a uniform design system across every dashboard surface.
What changed:
- **Foundation**: sidebar width 232→256px (md:w-64), spacing scale locked
(Tailwind 1/2/3/4/6/8/10/12; 2.5/5 forbidden), card padding p-6 default
(p-4 for compact metric cards), space-y-8 between page sections.
- **Tables unified**: all 33 thead blocks now share the Resultatrapport
pattern via shadcn Table primitive (text-[11px] font-medium uppercase
tracking-wider text-muted-foreground). Hand-rolled <table> instances
converted where they were data tables; form/edit grids kept distinct.
- **Status badges unified**: every status indicator routes through
shadcn <Badge variant>. Eliminated raw Tailwind colors
(bg-amber-100, bg-emerald-500/10, bg-blue-100, bg-purple-100, etc.)
in favor of the gnubok semantic palette (success=sage, warning=ochre,
destructive=terracotta).
- **Empty states unified**: list pages migrated from hand-rolled
"flex flex-col items-center py-12" divs to the EmptyState primitive.
- **Loading skeletons unified**: hand-rolled bg-muted rounded animate-pulse
divs replaced with shadcn <Skeleton> across 15 files.
- **Touch targets**: 6 back-buttons + edit-pencil + inbox delete bumped
from 24/32/36px to shadcn's 40px icon default. Added aria-labels on
9 icon-only navigation buttons.
- **Date formatting**: formatDate() for accounting data (ISO yyyy-MM-dd,
table-friendly) vs formatDateLong() for metadata (Swedish long form).
Raw {x.invoice_date} renderings routed through formatDate() in 18 sites.
- **Toast titles**: eliminated 33 generic "Fel" titles. Each toast title
now carries the action ("Kunde inte skapa lönekörning" etc.) with
description carrying the error detail.
- **Page-level cleanups**:
- Dashboard: dropped greeting hero + Snabbåtgärder/Att hantera nav
duplicates + Visa detaljer collapsible.
- Reports: 5-col mega-menu replaced with left-rail layout
(new ReportsNav component).
- Bookkeeping: fixed layout jump between Verifikationer/Ny verifikation
tabs (moved FiscalYearSelector inside journal tab).
- Bookkeeping: added voucher sort (A1 first / latest first) alongside
existing date sort. Required matching API param sort_by.
- KPI page: FiscalYearSelector instead of raw <select>; InfoTooltip
instead of inline info-button toggle; bigger numbers.
- Salary section: enum values translated to Swedish labels, mobile
table collapses to Anställd+Netto on <md, KPI typography aligned
with dashboard.
- Invoice forms: styled RequiredMark + aria-required, tabular-nums
on amount inputs.
- **CLAUDE.md**: new "Design System Tokens" subsection documents the
locked spacing scale, primitives table, typography rules, date helpers,
and forbidden patterns so future contributors don't drift.
Tests: 2,906 passing (unchanged). Lint: unchanged from main baseline.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix: address PR review feedback (Greptile + compliance bot)
- **formatDate / formatDateLong timezone fix**: switch from new Date() to
parseISO. Bare yyyy-MM-dd strings are now parsed as local midnight rather
than UTC midnight, eliminating the off-by-one display in west-of-UTC
timezones flagged by Greptile.
- **DashboardContentProps cleanup**: removed unused firstName and settings
fields from the interface, and the corresponding fetch (profiles table)
+ computation in app/(dashboard)/page.tsx. The greeting was dropped in
the dashboard cleanup; these props were dead weight.
- **Voucher sort behavior documented**: extended the comment in the journal
entries API route to explain why voucher sort intentionally uses strict
fiscal_period_id filtering (BFL 5 kap 6–7 §§ — voucher numbers are
series-scoped within a fiscal year). The row-count delta between date
sort and voucher sort is now a documented design choice.
- **delete_last_voucher migration + draft-delete test included**: the UI
already shipped the "Radera utkast" path in the previous commit; this
pulls in the backing RPC migration that allows draft deletes (with the
full safety logic — drafts skip series/period checks since they have
voucher_number=0, posted entries go through the existing unchanged
path). This was originally meant for a separate PR but the UI shipped
half the feature without it.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* chore(migration): rename to match applied version
The function delete_last_voucher is already applied to the production DB
under version 20260509103736 (verified via pg_get_functiondef — exact
byte-for-byte match to file content). The previous file timestamp
20260509120000 would cause a fresh `supabase db push` to attempt re-applying
under a different version row. Renaming the file aligns local tracking
with what the database actually has.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix: address compliance bot findings (payroll label + VAT visibility)
- sick_karens label: drop "(första sjukdagen)" qualifier. Per sjuklönelagen
6 §, karensavdrag is a single calculated amount (20% of one week's
sjuklön) deducted from the first sick day's pay — not bounded to the
first day. The qualifier could mislead users when the first sick day
and return-to-work span a weekend. Swedish-payroll bot recommendation.
- Omvänd skattskyldighet badge: variant outline → warning. The reverse-
charge indicator is compliance-critical (ML 16 kap) — missing it leads
to incorrect input VAT deduction. Outline was too subtle; warning's
ochre fill matches its semantic weight.

feat: consolidate /expenses into /supplier-invoices, dual-channel support feedback, compliance skills (#417)
* feat(supplier-invoices): consolidate /expenses into /supplier-invoices and add bank matching Collapse the duplicate AP entry points by redirecting /expenses, /expenses/new, and /expenses/[id] into the canonical /supplier-invoices routes, and absorb the expense-entry flow into /supplier-invoices/new. Add a BankTransactionPicker so a supplier invoice can be registered and matched to an existing outgoing bank transaction in one step. Extend the transaction → invoice match dialog to handle supplier invoices alongside customer invoices, including the new /match-supplier-invoice endpoint and Swedish copy variants. Update the sidebar to point Leverantörsfakturor at /supplier-invoices and hide the legacy entry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(support): send feedback to both Recapt and email channels Previously submitFeedback used Recapt when present and only fell back to email on failure, so feedback captured by the SDK never reached the support inbox. Always POST to /api/support/contact in parallel with the Recapt call and return the list of channels that succeeded; feedback is considered delivered if either channel succeeds. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(skills): add compliance skill references for GDPR, ISO 27001, OSS, OWASP ASVS, SOC 2 Add reference material for five compliance domains alongside the existing .claude/skills/ set so future audits and CI gating work has a documented mapping to controls, violation patterns, tool orchestration, and cross-framework crosswalks. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): address review issues in register-and-match flow - BankTransactionPicker: move createClient() inside the effect and drop the supabase client from the deps array. Calling createClient() in the component body produced a fresh reference on every render, which combined with the setIsLoading(true) inside the effect to fire an infinite re-fetch loop while the dialog was open. - /supplier-invoices/new: replace the submitMode useState with a useRef. setSubmitMode() in the button onClick and the read in the form onSubmit run in the same React event batch, so onSubmit always saw the previous render's value and the bank picker never opened on first use. - /supplier-invoices/new: route AB companies through the existing review dialog before booking the register-and-match flow. handlePickTransaction now stores the picked transaction and opens the review dialog for AB; on confirm, handleConfirm posts the create and then matches the stored transaction. EF retains the one-step create+approve+match path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): populate potential_supplier_invoice so the match flow is reachable fetchTransactions and loadMoreTransactions previously joined potential_invoice from the invoices table but never looked up potential_supplier_invoice, so TransactionInboxCard's hasSupplierInvoiceMatch check was always false and handleConfirmInvoiceMatch's supplier branch was unreachable. Mirror the existing customer-invoice pipeline: collect potential_supplier_invoice_id values, batch-fetch the matching supplier_invoices (with their supplier), build a map, and spread the result onto each TransactionWithInvoice in parallel with the customer-invoice fetch. Update uncategorizedTransactions sort and transactionsWithMatches filter to also recognize supplier-invoice candidates so they bubble to the top of the inbox and aren't excluded from match-driven views. feat(invoices): allocate-on-save, makulera flow, manual invoice picker (#405)
* feat(invoices): allocate-on-save, makulera flow, manual invoice picker
Three coordinated invoice changes:
1. Allocate F-series number when the draft is created (Fortnox-style),
not at send time. Users can download a numbered draft and send it
manually. If number allocation fails, the invoice + items are rolled
back so no orphaned rows remain. Adds INVOICE_CREATE_NUMBER_ASSIGN_FAILED.
2. DELETE /api/invoices/[id] now soft-cancels (status='cancelled') instead
of hard-deleting. The F-series number is retained, keeping the sequence
gap-free per ML 17 kap 24§ and BFNAR 2013:2 — no voucher_gap_explanations
needed. Sent/paid invoices stay immutable (credit note required). Adds
"Makulerade" tab to the invoice list; cancelled invoices are hidden from
"Alla" by default. PDF draft banner stays visible on numbered drafts and
only clears when the invoice is marked sent.
3. New InvoicePicker component lets users manually match an income
transaction to an open invoice from the booking dialog ("Matcha med
faktura..."), complementing the existing auto-match flow.
Also: new-invoice review dialog reads accounting_method from settings and
shows a cash-vs-accrual warning so users know when the verification posts.
seed-demo-account adds year-end closing + opening balance helpers so
multi-year demo data is balanced.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(invoices): address review feedback on PR #405
Greptile P1 + Swedish compliance reviewer findings:
- app/api/invoices/route.ts — replace hard-delete rollback on number-
allocation failure with a soft-cancel (status='cancelled'). If
generate_invoice_number bumped the sequence before failing to write
the number back, hard-deleting would leave a permanent gap in the
F-series in violation of ML 17 kap 24§. Re-fetch invoice_number
first so any partially-written value is logged for operator follow-up.
Log loudly if the cancel itself fails so an orphan row doesn't go
unnoticed.
- app/api/invoices/[id]/route.ts — close TOCTOU race on the cancel
update. The .eq('status','draft') guard prevented data corruption
but Supabase returned error: null with 0 affected rows on a
concurrent flip, and the handler reported success. Add .select('id')
and return new INVOICE_CANCEL_RACE (409) when no row updated.
- components/transactions/InvoicePicker.tsx — memoize createClient()
so the supabase reference is stable across renders. Without this,
including supabase in the useEffect dep array fires the open-invoices
fetch on every render.
- app/(dashboard)/transactions/page.tsx + match-invoice/route.ts —
read category from the match-invoice response instead of hardcoding
'income_services' client-side. Server now echoes the category it
actually booked; client falls back to 'income_services' if absent.
- lib/invoices/pdf-template.tsx — add MAKULERAD banner for cancelled
invoices (red, distinct from the yellow draft banner). A cancelled
invoice PDF previously rendered with no warning if it had a number,
or with the draft banner if it didn't — both could be mistaken for a
valid faktura. Cancelled takes precedence over draft so the legacy
un-numbered-cancelled case is also covered.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(invoices): guard cancelled status on send + rollback symmetry
Two follow-up fixes from the second-round Swedish compliance review on
PR #405:
- app/api/invoices/[id]/send/route.ts — reject sending a cancelled
invoice. The existing flow had no status guard before
.update({ status: 'sent' }), so a cancelled invoice could be silently
re-activated to sent and a "MAKULERAD"-watermarked PDF could be
delivered to the customer as if it were a live faktura. New
INVOICE_SEND_CANCELLED (400) returned at the top of the handler.
- app/api/invoices/route.ts — add .eq('status', 'draft') to the
rollback-cancel update so the rollback is symmetric with the DELETE
handler's only-drafts-may-be-cancelled rule. At the create flow's
current shape the row can't realistically be anything other than
draft, but the symmetry prevents a future caller adding a status flip
between insert and number-allocation from accidentally cancelling a
posted invoice.
mark-sent (rejects non-draft), mark-paid (only sent/overdue), and
convert (explicitly rejects cancelled proformas) already guard
correctly — no changes needed there.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(invoices): InvoicePicker filters settled invoices; drop dead error code
Two cleanups from the third-round Swedish compliance review on PR #405:
- components/transactions/InvoicePicker.tsx — add .gt('remaining_amount', 0)
defensively. The picker filtered by status IN (sent, overdue,
partially_paid), but a stale 'sent' or 'overdue' row with
remaining_amount=0 (data inconsistency) would otherwise be selectable
here and could be matched a second time, double-booking the income —
a direct BFL 5 kap accuracy violation.
- lib/errors/structured-errors.ts — remove INVOICE_DELETE_NUMBERED.
The numbered-draft refusal was replaced by the soft-cancel path
earlier in this PR; the entry has no remaining callers.
Verified-safe and not changed:
- Cancel-without-storno concern: createInvoiceJournalEntry only fires
inside mark-sent (after the draft→sent guard) or send (after the
cancelled-status reject). Drafts never have posted verifications, so
cancelling a draft cannot leave an orphaned bokföringspost.
- Hardcoded category: 'income_services' in match-invoice is a
pre-existing classification concern that warrants a larger refactor
(derive from invoice's revenue accounts) rather than a one-line patch.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(invoices): InvoicePicker excludes proforma invoices
Add .eq('document_type', 'invoice') to the open-invoice query. A
proforma is not a faktura per ML 17 kap 24§ — no VAT obligation, no
binding commercial document — and must never be matched against a
bank receipt. Without this guard a sent proforma could be selected
in the picker, triggering a payment booking and VAT-rate journal
entry that violates BFL 5 kap accuracy rules.
Other findings from the third-round Swedish compliance review were
verified-safe and not changed:
- Cancelled-invoice PDF download path: the MAKULERAD watermark added
earlier in this PR is the safeguard. Blocking the download endpoint
outright would prevent legitimate audit access; the visible banner
prevents the doc being mistaken for a valid faktura.
- Cancel-without-storno: createInvoiceJournalEntry only fires inside
mark-sent / send / pending-operations, all behind status guards.
Drafts never carry a posted verifikation, so cancel can't orphan one.
- Allocate-on-save for proforma uses F-series: not true. The
generate_invoice_number RPC (migration 20260427150100) routes
document_type='proforma' to a separate 'PF-' prefix sequence; the
F-series is untouched.
- closeYearForSeed 2099 → 2091 transfer: real demo-data correctness
issue but a seed-script polish item — separate PR.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(match-invoice): server-side document_type='invoice' guard
The InvoicePicker filter excluding proformas (added in the previous
commit) is client-only. A direct API call to /api/transactions/[id]/
match-invoice with a proforma id would otherwise still book a payment
journal entry against a document that has no VAT obligation per
ML 17 kap 24§. Add a defense-in-depth check after the invoice fetch.
New error code MATCH_INVOICE_NOT_INVOICE_TYPE (400). Test added.
Other findings from the latest compliance review were verified-safe and
not changed:
- Cancelled-invoice PDF download path: /api/invoices/[id]/pdf always
re-renders through InvoicePDF, so the MAKULERAD banner is always
present. The bot's "cached pre-cancellation PDF" scenario does not
apply to this codebase.
- Proforma F-series allocation: the generate_invoice_number RPC routes
document_type='proforma' to a separate 'PF-' prefix; the F-series is
not polluted.
- Soft-cancel rollback gap when number not written: the RPC is a
single-transaction PL/pgSQL function — sequence bump (UPDATE
company_settings) and row write (UPDATE invoices) commit or roll
back together. The "sequence advanced but row null" scenario the
bot describes is impossible by construction; a thrown exception in
the row-write step rolls back the bump.
- closeYearForSeed obeskattade reserver: seed-script demo accuracy,
separate PR.

Logs/improved logging (#398)
* feat(mcp): add create_transactions tool with /pending approval gate New MCP tool gnubok_create_transactions stages 1–10 transactions per call as pending_operations of type create_transaction (risk: medium). Each item becomes its own card on /pending; on confirm, the executor inserts the row into transactions with import_source='mcp' so MCP-staged ingestion is distinguishable from PSD2 sync. Designed for skill workflows that pull external data (e.g., Airtable) and want the user to gate the writes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bas): strip concatenated group headers from corrupted account names A chart-data import bug had glued the next group's header onto the last account in each preceding group across all eight bas-data class files (e.g. account 2670 read "Utgående moms på försäljning inom EU, OSS 27 PERSONALENS SKATTER, AVGIFTER OCH LÖNEAVDRAG"). The corrupted names surface in transaction dropdowns, ledgers, SIE exports and årsredovisning, and risk VAT miscategorization on the OSS (2670) and blandad-verksamhet (6999) accounts specifically. - Cleans 69 account_name and 64 description fields across class-1..8 files - Adds a regression test asserting no name contains a concatenated header - Ships an idempotent safety-net migration that updates already-seeded chart_of_accounts rows, gated on the corrupted string so user customizations are preserved Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(errors): add structured error codes and handling for various operations - Introduced a new structured error registry in `structured-errors.ts` to standardize error handling across the application. - Added Swedish and English messages for various error scenarios, including validation, authorization, and bookkeeping errors. - Implemented a client-side error toast in `use-error-toast.ts` to display user-friendly error messages with remediation hints. - Created a wrapper for recording operation outcomes in `record-operation.ts`, enhancing audit capabilities for operations. - Developed a provider call wrapper in `with-provider-call.ts` to handle external HTTP calls with structured logging and error mapping. - Added a new SQL migration to extend the processing history with new event types and aggregate types for better operational telemetry. * Refactor supplier API routes to use context-based logging and error handling - Replaced direct Supabase client usage in GET and POST routes with context-based approach using `withRouteContext`. - Enhanced error handling to provide structured error responses for supplier creation and listing. - Updated logging to include request IDs for better traceability. - Introduced new error codes for supplier-related operations. - Refactored tax deadlines cron job to utilize context and improved error handling. - Updated ESLint configuration to enforce logging practices across API and lib directories. - Enhanced arcim migration extension with structured error handling and logging. - Added classification for provider errors to improve user-facing error messages. - Introduced request ID in extension context for better log correlation. * fix(route-context): update DynamicParams type for improved type safety in route handlers * feat(transactions): add 'create_transaction' operation to PendingOperationType * fix(route): ensure companyId is non-nullable in loadAndDeriveAbsence function * fix(route-context): ensure companyId is always non-null by short-circuiting with COMPANY_CONTEXT_MISSING --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |
