fix(sandbox): lock what the sandbox cannot actually do (#1318)
* fix(sandbox): lock what the sandbox cannot actually do Three surfaces in the sandbox advertised capability the sandbox blocks outright, or rendered a staged preview wrong. Skatteverket promo card: hidden for sandbox companies. The sandbox landing page tells users Skatteverket is off, and the authorize route 403s via guardSandbox, so the dashboard nudge was a dead end. Same precedent as TaxSettingsContent, which already hides its Skatteverket section on is_sandbox. Dokumentinkorg: locked with a state that says what the workspace does and sends the user to registration. Checked before the capability gate on purpose: the seed_trial trigger grants every new company (sandbox included) 30 days of every paid capability, so the existing paywall waved a demo company straight through. The CTA signs the anonymous session out first, mirroring SandboxBanner. Staged categorize_transaction preview: the seed wrote its kontering under the generic preview_lines key, but categorize_transaction is the one type with a dedicated preview component, and it reads `lines`. The card fell through to its legacy summary branch and rendered blank Debetkonto and Kreditkonto plus "NaN kr" from formatCurrency(undefined). The seeded blob now mirrors what gnubok_categorize_transaction stages, extracted into buildSandboxPendingOperations so both shapes are unit-testable. CategorizePreview also learns to read preview_lines and to show a missing amount as a gap, so a live 24h sandbox stops showing NaN before its data expires. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): don't leave for /register when sign-out failed CodeRabbit review: the ExtensionSandboxLockState CTA ignored the signOut() result, so a failure routed to /register with the anonymous session still live, which registers INTO the sandbox instead of leaving it: exactly what the sign-out exists to prevent. Surface the failure and stay put so the user can retry. fix(ui): reach touch-only actions, confirm before posting, drop a dead ring (#1280)
* fix(ui): reach touch-only actions, confirm before posting, drop a dead ring Three defects from the UI craft audit where the interface is wrong, not just inconsistent. Unreachable on touch: 'Markera klar' on deadlines and the bulk-select checkbox on /pending were 'opacity-0 group-hover:opacity-100'. Coarse pointers never fire hover and DeadlineForm has no completion control, so on a phone there was no way to mark a deadline done at all. Factored the reveal into HOVER_REVEAL_CLASS, which adds pointer-coarse:opacity-100. Unguarded ledger writes: 'Bokför' on the journal-entry detail page and on the invoice detail page posted an immutable verifikat on one click, one screen after the list confirmed the identical action. Both now open a ConfirmDialog describing the outcome up front (convention 10), reusing the list's indicative voucher-number prefetch. Dead ring: SummaryCard emitted ring-1 ring-primary/40 and ring-1 ring-warning/40 on the same element, so the two set the same custom property and one silently lost. The override is an exception, so it is a Badge now (conventions 5 and 12). Also corrects the design.md primitives table, which named ui/table.tsx as the data-table primitive while 17 files use ui/dry-table.tsx; building a list page from the documented row produced ~15% taller rows and a different hover tint, which had already happened twice. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): let the post-confirm dialog close after a successful commit ConfirmDialog calls onOpenChange(false) immediately after `await onConfirm()` resolves, but handleCommit/handleBook clear their in-flight flag in a `finally` block, so the guard's closure still saw isCommitting/isUpdating as true and swallowed the close: the dialog would sit open over a booking that had already succeeded. The guard was redundant as well as wrong. ConfirmDialog already blocks Radix-initiated closes while pending, via `onOpenChange={(next) => !pending && onOpenChange(next)}` on the Dialog itself. Passing the setter directly matches every other dialog on both pages. feat(ui): rest-of-nav 1 — Viktiga datum, Skattekonto, Periodiseringar, Import to the concept language (#1140)
* feat(ui): concept scenes 17/24/32/33 for Viktiga datum, Skattekonto, Periodiseringar and Import (rest-of-nav 1) Viktiga datum: thread rows with type-icon circles behind a type seg (Alla/Skatt/Fakturering/Egna), Narmast countdown pane, Ny deadline lifted to the page header, both banners replaced by one AttnLine, mark-done via ConfirmDialog. DeadlineCard/DeadlineFilters die; DeadlineRow is the row. Skattekonto: card-less saldo hero with OCR + quiet copy, shortfall AttnLine computed from the next drain date with a betalningsuppgifter dialog (bankgiro 5050-1055 + OCR), one dry-table with Kommande/Forfallna/ Genomforda band rows, chips only on unbooked genomforda rows, quiet hover actions. Tabs and per-row badge noise are gone; the concept's Saldo column is dropped because SKV stores no per-row running balance. Periodiseringar: banner becomes an AttnLine with inline Bokfor forfallna (now confirm-first), house seg with Aktiva count, dry-table with muted normal states and animated RowFoldout for installments, Los upp nu as a quiet hover link through the shared ConfirmDialog. Import: tabs collapse into one two-column row list (Importera | Exportera) in the concept row language; SIE export moves into a small dialog and Molnsynkronisering folds the CloudBackupCard open in place. The /import?view=export#sie-export and /import#cloud-backup deep links keep working. Sandbox notice is an AttnLine. All four pages get stagger-enter, a help popover behind ? and sv+en keys for every new string. 9189 tests green, lint clean, guards pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(ui): align dashboard loading skeletons with the migrated page silhouettes Folds in the parallel WIP from this checkout at the founder's request: every loading.tsx under (dashboard) now mirrors its migrated page row-for-row (24px title block, pill actions, borderless table heads, single-line rows), and the shared (dashboard)/loading.tsx takes Hem's greeting + Att gora silhouette. Also lands the pending DECISIONS.md lines (onboarding swap plan note + rest-of-nav 1 deviations). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * polish(ui): authority logos, stat-tile skattekonto hero, quieter type on rest-of-nav 1 Viktiga datum: statutory deadlines wear the receiving authority's mark (Skatteverket for tax dates, Bolagsverket for arsredovisning/arsstamma) as a small badge on white; other deadlines keep the neutral type icons. Row dates go muted, titles drop font-medium, the Narmast countdown steps down to the house text-4xl display scale. Skattekonto: the 32px serif hero becomes two compact metric tiles in the KPIHeroCards idiom (saldo with the Skatteverket mark + OCR meta, nasta dragning with date and event count), matching how numbers read on the migrated pages. Periodiseringar: chevron column dropped; rows expand on click exactly like the verifikat list. Import: provider logo chips return on Hamta fran annat system (live- version parity) and Koppla bank carries the Enable Banking mark. Adds skatteverket(_color), bolagsverket, enable-banking plus claude/ anthropic marks (for future use) under public/logos/. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * polish(ui): keep Importera and Exportera as separate tabs on the import page Founder feedback: the merged two-column landing goes back to the familiar split. The house seg switches between the Importera rows and the Exportera rows (SIE 4 dialog + Molnsynkronisering fold), ?view=export selects the export tab again and the hash deep links flip to it before opening their surface. Row language and logo chips stay. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): readable Enable Banking mark and full-width skattekonto The enable-banking.webp is the full stacked logo in white-on-transparent: invisible on the light chip and mush at 16px. The chip now uses a cropped 368px icon square (enable-banking-icon.png) with the marketing site's grayscale+brightness treatment in light mode and a white lift in dark. Skattekonto loses its max-w-3xl cap so the table stretches the content column exactly like Bokforing and Transaktioner; the saldo tiles take KPI-card width (lg:grid-cols-4). Import's tab columns stretch too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): address review-bot findings on rest-of-nav 1 CodeRabbit triage, all three confirmed real: the Bokfor forfallna attn action is hidden for read-only users instead of rendering a no-op link; a failed deadline edit rethrows so the form stays open with the user's input; authority marks are reserved for statutory (system-generated) deadlines: a manual tax-category deadline keeps the neutral icon. Compliance swarm's two high findings verified clean, no change needed: /api/bookkeeping/accruals/:id/dissolve and /api/deadlines/:id (+ /complete) all run through withRouteContext with company_id scoping and 404 on miss. feat(granskning): concept review queue (UI migration PR 6) (#1126)
* feat(granskning): concept scene 11 for the review queue Reskins /pending to the concept: serif header with a Godkann alla primary, Vantar/Godkanda/Avvisade seg with a count chip on the queue, source filter as the far-right context picker, and op rows in the concept's row language (source line, title, risk chip, inline Godkann pill + quiet Avvisa, hover checkbox). Row click opens the detail as a right slide-over (convention 13) with the operation preview, period-lock banner, and approve/reject in the footer. The select-all header becomes the standard bulkbar that pops in on first selection, carrying the type quick-picks as quiet links. All existing functionality is preserved: bulk approve/reject with confirm dialogs, rejection category + feedback, high-risk warnings, period-lock gating, conversation deep-link filter, realtime refetch, auto-expired markers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): concept seg styling for the Verifikat/Utkast toggle The toggle used the old bordered container with a beige active tab: the inverse of the concept seg used on every other page (muted container, card-white active with hairline border). Founder feedback. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(granskning): match concept scene 11 row language Founder feedback against the rendered concept: the seg becomes Vantar/Historik (Historik merges committed + rejected via two parallel fetches, newest resolution first, distinguished by Godkand/Avvisad chips with the rejection reason in the sub line); op rows get the concept's actor circle with a thread line, uppercase source line, and the three tinted action pills under the text (Godkann sage, Avvisa terracotta, Visa detaljer neutral) instead of right-aligned hover actions. Risk chip stays on the right edge; hover checkboxes and the bulkbar are unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(granskning): curved actor thread + boxed, legible detail panel Founder feedback vs the rendered concept: the thread under the actor icon now elbows toward the action row (rounded border corner) instead of a straight line, and the slide-over frames the operation in its own bordered box with the warning/rejection notes as separate boxed lines. preview_data arrays shaped like a kontering (account/debit/credit rows, e.g. preview_lines) now render as a proper Konto/Beskrivning/Debet/Kredit table instead of the generic '3 rader' dump, so the panel actually says what the agent is about to post. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(granskning): carry #842 failed_partial rendering through the rework The failed_partial status (irreversible posting followed by a failed step) landed on main while the review-queue rework was in flight; the Historik rows and the detail slide-over now render its warning chip, explanation, and posted_ids like main did. feat(ui): shared migration primitives (UI migration PR 3) (#1122)
* feat(ui): shared migration primitives (UI migration PR 3) The component kit every page migration (PR 4-8) builds on: - ContextPicker: the one-per-page chip-dropdown context scope (convention 8), right-aligned popover with checks and muted annotations - FyPicker: fiscal-year picker on ContextPicker with the same controlled API and per-company localStorage key as FiscalYearSelector, which it replaces page by page from PR 4 - SplitButton: primary + caret menu, last-used mode persisted per user via ui_state.create_mode (lib/ui-state/client, unit-tested); nav persistence refactored onto the same helper - ConfirmDialog: centered min-460px confirm-up-front dialog (convention 10) with pending state on an awaitable onConfirm - HelpPopover: 17px "?" after the H1 opening an anchored popover (convention 7); PageHeader gets a `help` slot - AttnLine: the one-ochre-sentence attention pattern (convention 6) with optional inline action; new AA-safe --attn token pair - RowStatus: chips-mark-exceptions helper (convention 5) - SlideOver: right review panel, 480px, 18px inset, rounded, veil + Esc (convention 13), with header kicker / body / footer slots - Stagger: .stagger-enter applied to the five target pages' list containers (bookkeeping, transactions, pending, invoices, supplier-invoices); structural loading.tsx added for supplier-invoices, customers, kpi, pending, deadlines No page adopts the new pickers/dialogs yet: that is PR 4-8, one page per PR against this kit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): FyPicker chip must not double the Rakenskapsar label Real fiscal periods are often named "Rakenskapsar 2026" already; only prefix the label when the period name lacks it. fix(pending-ops): record posted ids and land failed_partial instead of clean rejected after partial commits (#842) (#1110)
Multi-step executors (match_transaction_invoice, credit_invoice) post an irreversible voucher or persist a credit note and then run later fallible steps. A failure there previously marked the whole op status=rejected, hiding the posted entity and its id from operators. - new migration 20260722134114: add failed_partial to the pending_operations status CHECK and treat it as terminal in both immutability triggers (immutable, undeletable, never re-claimable) - PartialCommitError + ExecutorResult.partialPostedIds carry the posted ids; the dispatcher writes status=failed_partial with result_data.posted_ids and returns code=partial_commit - instrument only the two named executors; hoist the read-only settlement-account resolution above the storno in the match executor - consumer sweep: status union + query schema widened, failed_partial folds into the Avvisade tab with a badge and posted-ids detail line, bulk/reject routes and MCP tools message it explicitly, worklist and expiry sweep intentionally untouched (not pending work) - tests: pg-real coverage for the new terminal semantics, dispatcher unit tests for both partial paths plus byte-for-byte regression guards Fixes #842 Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(pending): bulk reject selected operations in granskning (#1085)
* feat(pending): bulk reject selected operations in granskning The granskning queue could approve selected operations in bulk but rejection was one row at a time. Adds: - POST /api/pending-operations/bulk-reject: one guarded UPDATE (status='pending' filter) so rows resolved in a parallel session are reported as skipped instead of being flipped; optional rejection_category/rejection_reason applied to every rejected row so agents still learn from bulk 'no'. No high-risk skip server-side: rejecting posts nothing to the ledger. - 'Avvisa valda' button next to 'Godkänn valda'; the existing reject dialog doubles as bulk confirmation (category + note apply to all). - Route tests: 401/403/400/500, not-found, already-handled skip, read-write race, happy path. fix: GH issues batch: deadlines opt-ins, SKV reconnect, narrative edit, payment-link gating (#1076)
* fix(errors): close remaining raw-message leaks after #1048 (#337) Follow-up to PR #1048. No user-visible toast or response field can now carry a raw engine or DB message; everything maps through getErrorMessage or the structured-errors registry. - get-error-message: only normalize a code-carrying Error instance into the structured path when the registry knows the code; unknown codes (Node system errors, stray third-party codes, Error-wrapped Postgres SQLSTATEs) fall through to pattern match, Swedish check, Postgres map and the status/context/generic fallbacks instead of returning the raw message. New Swedish-detection pattern for "ar last" phrases and a known-pattern row for "already has a journal entry". - structured-errors: add CANNOT_EDIT_NON_DRAFT (409) and MANDATORY_DIMENSION_MISSING (400) rows, plus common Node network codes (ECONNREFUSED, ECONNRESET, ETIMEDOUT, ENOTFOUND, EAI_AGAIN, EPIPE) as retryable 503 transients with a Swedish message. - pending-operations commit + bulk-commit routes: map executor error strings through getErrorMessage before responding (raw stays in logs); Swedish passes through, English falls to status-appropriate Swedish. - pending page: toast via getErrorMessage, fixing raw English toasts and "[object Object]" for structured envelopes on commit/bulk/reject. - transactions book + journal-entries routes: untyped catch and DB list errors no longer return err.message; mapped or static Swedish instead. - invoice send + issue-credit-note: partial_failures reasons are now Swedish (raw provider/DB text logged, never returned). - Tests: new unknown-code/Error-instance suite, registry rows asserted, route tests updated off the pinned raw-English expectations. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): target the räkenskapsår for yearly VAT redovisningsperiod A yearly filer with a broken fiscal year has a Skatteverket period ending in its FY-end month, not December, and the panel's year state is never maintained in yearly mode (the year picker is replaced by the räkenskapsår selector), so calls targeted the wrong period even for calendar-FY companies filing after year end. The selected fiscal period now rides through the whole chain: panel query strings, draft/validate/ submit bodies, buildMomsuppgift (which resolves the FY bounds so the period id and the figures describe the same räkenskapsår), and the staged-commit path. MCP callers without a fiscal period keep the calendar fallback. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(deadlines): group same-day skattekonto deadlines into one card Moms, AGI and preliminärskatt legally share the skattekonto date (den 12:e), so a small monthly-moms employer saw 2-3 near-identical rows per month. Two or more pending system rows of the skattekonto family on the same due date now render as one grouped card with the date block once and each obligation as a sub-row keeping its own confirm-to-complete flow. Presentation only: rows, statuses, ICS feed unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(deadlines): KU + ROT/RUT + long-tail opt-in deadlines, rolling horizon Follow-ups from the #1028 audit left out of the #1057-#1060 fix stack, each with its own condition modeling: - kontrolluppgifter (KU10/KU20/KU31), due 31 Jan (SFL 24 kap. 1 §): opt-in flag suggested from ledger signals (2898 utdelning, 2393/2893 ägarlån; deliberately not 2091, see DECISIONS.md), AB only, mirroring the #1059 EU-sales suggest-and-confirm pattern. - rot_rut_begaran, due 31 Jan after the payment year (Lag 2009:194 8 §): rows generated only for years with actually PAID ROT/RUT invoices, resolved inside the generator; invoice-derived suggestion. - Long tail, explicit opt-in ('Fler deadlines'): OSS quarterly and IOSS monthly with a skipBankingDayAdjustment config flag (EU-law dates stand on weekends), Intrastat (10th banking day of the following month), punktskatt (ordinary skattedeklaration schedule), and fyllnadsinbetalning (12th of 2nd month over 30k / 3rd of 5th month, SFL 62:8 + 65 kap.). Kvarskatt deferred: needs a slutskattebesked date the app does not hold. - Rolling generation horizon: recurring types ~6 months ahead, annual 12 months, mirrored in the backfill expectation keys so the nightly cron never thrashes; regeneration now preserves manual in_progress status; one-time cleanup migration removes existing far-future rows. Migrations also applied to the staging branch, together with the previously missing 20260717xxxxxx deadline migrations (staging had drifted and lacked dismissed_at). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(arsredovisning): keep narrative editable after year-end close The narrative save endpoint refused writes whenever the fiscal period was closed/locked, but Verkstall bokslut closes the period before the arsredovisning text is ever written, so every legitimate save failed with PERIOD_LOCKED and the PDF fell back to placeholder text. The narrative is arsredovisning document text (ARL 6 kap.), not journal rakenskapsinformation, so the bookkeeping period lock does not apply. Saves are now refused only once a Bolagsverket submission for the period is registrerad (ARSREDOVISNING_REGISTERED, 409); the filed artifact was already frozen separately by the submissions immutability trigger. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): surface dead SKV connections and nudge reconnect Prod has ~70 companies that connected Skatteverket before the post-connect sync fix (#1010) and silently never synced skattekonto: the only reconnect prompt lived in the settings panel nobody revisits. - transactions-page banner when the connection is needs_reconsent or expired without refresh, linking to /settings/tax - pre-connect note in the connect panel: approve ALL behorigheter on Skatteverket's consent page (previously only shown after a failure) - wire the inert skattekonto.connection.expired event to an email nudge to the token owner; one send per consent episode via claim-first dedup in notification_log (type skv_connection_expired, partial unique index in migration 20260720090000, applied to staging) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(archive): per-year behandlingshistorik covers late-booked vouchers + Drive backup disclaimer The per-fiscal-year archive filtered audit rows by created_at within the period, dropping treatment history for bokslut entries, stornos and SIE imports booked after year end (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8). The year archive now unions the date window with every audit row touching the period's journal entries and lines, deduped by audit id; line rows (company_id NULL by trigger design) are admitted via a scoped OR and reachable on the service-role backup path. ARCHIVE_FORMAT_VERSION 2->3 forces a one-time Drive re-upload so existing archives pick up the complete history. The Drive card on /import Exportera and the LASMIG texts now state the Drive copy is a convenience backup, not the BFL 7 kap legal archive. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(decisions): clarify Arsredovisning narrative save behavior on submission status * feat(invoices): gate payment links behind invoice settings opt-in The payment-link section (manual URL field + Stripe auto-create toggle) was visible on every invoice and auto-created Stripe links on send for any connected company. It is now opt-in per company: - new company_settings.invoice_payment_links_enabled, default false for everyone (no grandfathering of Stripe-connected companies) - invoice editor hides the whole section unless enabled; a draft that already carries a link still shows it so old links stay clearable - enforced server-side in maybeCreatePaymentLinkForInvoice (after the provider lookup, so the extension-free core build never queries), so dashboard, v1, MCP and recurring sends all obey it - new toggle on Settings -> Invoicing, saves instantly; sv/en strings Migration applied to the staging branch; prod gets it on merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): add invoice_payment_links_enabled to company settings fixture The makeCompanySettings fixture missed the new required boolean, failing the core-only build's type check of tests/helpers.ts. Default false, matching the migration default. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(review): address CodeRabbit, compliance and Swedish review findings Round 2 of PR #1076 review feedback, one change per accepted finding: - pending page: res.json() safe fallback in both commit paths so a non-JSON proxy response cannot surface a raw parser error - bulk-commit: map operation status enums to Swedish display labels in the 'Redan hanterad' skip message - payment-link settings: disable the toggle while a save is in flight to prevent out-of-order PUT responses - deadlines group card: route all UI strings through next-intl (deadlines namespace, sv + en) - archive export: scope the period audit entry lookup to posted/reversed, matching the rest of the export - error tests: assert the exact registry English message for ECONNREFUSED to lock the no-leakage contract - signal routes: log.warn when best-effort lookups swallow a Supabase error (forensics), keep fail-closed behavior - narrative route: document that 'avslutad' submissions deliberately stay editable (never registered at Bolagsverket) - VAT: yearly declarations without an explicit fiscalPeriodId now resolve the räkenskapsår ending in the target year from fiscal_periods instead of assuming a calendar FY (SFL 26 kap 10-11 §§); calendar fallback only when no fiscal period exists - deadlines: IOSS deadline no longer requires vat_registered (Art. 369s has no Swedish VAT registration prerequisite) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> --------- Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(mcp): payroll e2e parity: staged salary-run booking + absence deletion (#1075)
* feat(mcp): payroll e2e parity: staged salary-run booking + absence deletion Close the last MCP-surface gaps for running payroll end-to-end via the connector (the v1 REST API already had the full chain): - gnubok_book_salary_run: stages a high-risk book operation; on approval the executor walks review -> approved -> paid -> booked via the new lib/salary/book-run.ts (extracted from the dashboard book route, which now calls the same core) and posts the immutable salary vouchers. - gnubok_delete_absence: staged inverse of gnubok_register_absence, reusing deleteAbsenceRange with a dry-run day-count preview. - Wire the missing payroll operation types into the Granskning label map (register_absence, update_payslip_line, employee ops, vacation_year_close had translations but fell back to humanized snake_case). - Update stale 'booking happens in the web UI' prose in tool descriptions, the payroll-monthly skill, and the workflow hint; payload-size ceiling 56K -> 57K per the documented bump protocol. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): widen pending_operations op-type CHECK + roster typing for book_salary_run The op-type audit (pg-real) caught the exact bug class it exists for: book_salary_run and delete_absence were staged in code without the constraint-expansion migration, so every real staging INSERT would have failed with check_violation while dry_run previewed clean. Ships the documented widen (NOT VALID) + validate migration pair. Also fixes the strict-mode cast in book-run.ts that failed the production typecheck. Verified locally against supabase/postgres 15.8.1.060 with all migrations applied: op-type audit green, pg-real 692/693 (the one failure is the pre-existing TZ-sensitive get_unlinked_1930_lines assertion, green under TZ=UTC as in CI). * feat(mcp): kontoplan account tools + verifikat notes exposure Two gaps reported by an MCP-driven user: no account management in the API, and verifikat notes invisible to agents (they exist in the product but MCP could neither read nor write them). - add staged gnubok_create_account / gnubok_update_account (BAS 2026 prefill for catalog numbers; rename/VAT-default/SRU/activate via update; both LOW risk reference data) - add staged gnubok_set_voucher_note (notes-only annotation, legal on posted entries per the 20260608120000 trigger carve-out) and return entry_notes from gnubok_query_journal - new pending_operations types create_account / update_account / set_voucher_note (CHECK migration + validate companion, applied to staging) - tools/list payload ceiling 54K -> 56K (documented; wire contract, descriptions trimmed first) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): unstick BankID connect flow and stale connection views - respond to the OAuth callback immediately and run the post-connect refresh after the response (next/server after()): users no longer stare at Skatteverket's consumed consent page for up to 40s - open the consent flow in a full tab instead of a 600x750 popup that hid the approve button below the fold - disable connect buttons while the OAuth tab is open (parallel flows overwrote oauth_state + the PKCE verifier) and recover via a closed-tab watcher plus a delayed status refetch - persist MISSING_SCOPE token health from the post-connect sync and show an actionable "approve all permissions" notice - refetch connection state on tab visibility (settings connect panel, enable-banking panel, /skattekonto) so a connect completed in another tab or after a mobile app-switch shows up without a manual reload; fix /skattekonto never clearing its not-connected state Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(article-form): add article number field with validation to ArticleForm * feat(account): enforce account type consistency with BAS class and add validation --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/skv connection flow (#1015)
* feat(salary): one-click AGI submission with filing state machine and success feedback The AGI panel required users to know that "Ladda ner AGI-fil" was the generate step, then click submit, signing link, and kvittens manually. A nollkorning filing stalled on "AGI-XML saknas" pointing at a UI path that does not exist. - New primary button "Lamna in till Skatteverket" chains the existing endpoints client-side: generate XML if missing, POST underlag, poll kontrollresultat, create signing link, open Mina Sidor in a tab opened synchronously at click (popup-blocker safe). Inline stepper shows each step; the four old buttons become collapsed advanced/recovery actions, auto-expanded in stale-draft and rejected states. XML download stays visible and free for manual filing. - deriveAgiFilingState() + useAgiSubmission() lift the per-period submission record to the run page: the progress rail and salary hero now render the real state machine (generated, underlag inskickat, vantar pa BankID-signatur, inlamnad med kvittensnummer) instead of telling users to "lamna in" an already-submitted declaration. - Success card with kvittensnummer and signature metadata once signed, plus a toast when a poll flips the state while the page is open. - AGI kvittens cron every 15 min instead of every 2 h so filings signed on another device get stamped and emailed promptly. - Advanced submit also auto-generates, and the stale "Lon -> AGI -> Generera" error text now points at the real buttons. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(enable-banking): instant OAuth callback feedback and dead-attempt cleanup The bank redirect landed on a blank page for the several seconds the callback spent exchanging the PSD2 session and mirroring accounts, and every failed connect attempt left a status='error' row that rendered forever as an "Atgard kravs" card next to a successful retry, showing duplicate connections to the same bank. - Stream a branded "Slutfor bankanslutningen" progress page from the callback: the shell flushes before the session exchange starts and a script/meta redirect follows when the work completes, with a 30s slow-work escape hatch. Fast outcomes (denial, bad params, unknown state) keep their plain redirects. - Delete never-activated connection rows (no session_id, no accounts_data) on denial or exchange failure, and sweep leftovers for the same bank on the next connect. Established connections keep their "Atgard krävs" card via the accounts_data guard; FKs are ON DELETE SET NULL so deletion has no dependents. - Show "Banken ar ansluten: hamtar dina konton" while the settings panel loads after the callback instead of an anonymous spinner. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): reject re-send of issued invoices and gate bookkeeping on the sent flip A direct POST to /api/invoices/[id]/send against an already-issued invoice re-emailed the customer and posted a second revenue verifikat (createInvoiceJournalEntry has no dedup), overwriting journal_entry_id and orphaning the first entry. Only the UI hid the button; the v1 route and the MCP commit executor already rejected non-drafts. - Non-draft invoices now return 409 INVOICE_ALREADY_SENT. - The draft to sent status flip is an optimistic lock (status guard plus row-count check); journal entry, accrual schedules, PDF archival and the invoice.sent event only run for the request that won the flip. - On a flip failure the journal entry is deferred: the row stays draft and a retry re-runs the pipeline, ending with exactly one verifikat. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): payment links, failure visibility and sandbox guard for recurring auto-send - sendInvoiceFromSchedule now auto-creates an online payment link via applyPaymentLinkToInvoice before rendering and passes the payment link QR to the PDF: parity with the dashboard and v1 send routes, which recurring invoices silently lacked. - The recurring cron persists last_run_warning both when a claimed run throws (hourly retries stay visible on the schedule) and when a stale schedule is rolled forward, so a deterministic failure can no longer skip a month silently. - Auto-send is blocked for sandbox companies at the email chokepoint (freeze-and-retain: the invoice is still generated as a draft), covering both the cron and the run-now route with one guard. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): close the Fortnox payroll API gaps (phases 1-4) Payroll now runs end-to-end through the open API, including onboarding a client from another payroll system, with every write staged for approval. - v1: per-employee payslips (list/detail/PDF), payslip line writes, run roster attach/remove, absence ranges (per-day storage), jamkning fields, cutover opening balances (single + atomic bulk PUT), vacation balance + vacation-year-close. PUT added to the wrapper's idempotency/ test-key set (test keys could otherwise write through PUT). - MCP: 10 new tools (get_employee/get_payslip/list_absence/ get_vacation_balance reads + staged update_payslip_line, register_absence, create_employee, update_employee, set_employee_opening_balances, close_vacation_year), executors, risk tiers, op-type CHECK expansions. create_employee encrypts personnummer at staging: pending_operations never holds plaintext. - Scope-map audit retrofit: 11 formerly unmapped tools now scoped; BREAKING for keys that relied on the 4 default-allow writes. - Cutover: employee_opening_balances (derived lock trigger, self-unlocks on run correction), engine YTD/karens/liability integration, Ingaende saldon section in the employee editor. - Arbetsschema-lite: employees.hours_per_week/workdays_per_week drive the hourly/daily divisors; legacy 173/21 preserved exactly at defaults so existing pay math is byte-identical. - Vacation ledger + semesterberedning/arsavslut: recomputed per-year day balances (synced on book/correct, non-fatal), year-close with the min-20 floor, 5-year sparade-dagar expiry to forced payout, and a 2920/2940 drift adjustment via the bookkeeping engine; Semester dashboard card with preview-then-confirm dialog. - Fix: Zod 4 defaults leak through .partial(), which made every sparse employee PATCH fail validation and reset defaulted columns. Migrations 20260713100000/101000/110000/121000/122000 (applied to staging with version rows; prod via merge). vacation_ledger renamed from 20260713120000 to avoid colliding with vat_declaration_totals_rpc. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: cut dashboard page-load latency (region, round trips, caching, VAT RPC) The dominant cost was infrastructure: Vercel functions ran in iad1 (Washington D.C.) while Supabase (DB + auth) lives in eu-north-1 (Stockholm), so every request paid 4-5 transatlantic round trips of auth + company resolution before doing any real work (measured 530-1900ms for single-query GETs in prod logs). Pin functions to arn1 and cut the redundant work on top: - vercel.json: functions to arn1, same city as the database - getActiveCompanyId: preference + first-membership queries run in parallel; the fallback result doubles as validation in the common single-company case (one round trip instead of two sequential) - withRouteContext: Server-Timing header and authMs/companyMs/handlerMs in the op-completed log, so latency is attributable per phase - dashboard layout: nav badge counts off the critical path; DashboardNav loads them client-side via the new use-worklist-badges SWR hook with debounced realtime revalidation - swr (new dependency, approved): global provider; useCompanySettings shares one cache entry across consumers and renders from cache on back-navigation instead of re-showing skeletons - /pending: realtime refetch debounced; bulk operations previously fired 4 requests per row-change event - VAT declaration: new get_vat_declaration_totals RPC returns per-account totals, settlement-shape detection (#984) and source_type counts in ONE round trip instead of paging every entry+line through PostgREST. Account lists stay TS-side parameters so ACCOUNT_RUTA remains the single source of truth. Shape-exclusion coverage moved to tests/pg/vat-declaration-totals-rpc.pg.test.ts; DDL already applied to staging. - bundle: CommandPalette lazy-mounts on first Ctrl/Cmd+K, AgentChat dynamic-imports the markdown parser, @vercel/speed-insights (new dependency, approved) added for real-user timings The /salary fetch-waterfall fix from the same effort already landed inside 2084a756. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): settle öre-rounded payments from the mark-paid flow An invoice with öresavrundning shows a rounded "Att betala" on the PDF; the customer pays that amount (up to 50 öre off the stored öre total) and the invoice-page mark-paid flow rejected it with MATCH_AMOUNT_EXCEEDS_REMAINING: a dead end, while the bank-transaction match flow already absorbed the residual to 3740. - PaymentBookingDialog now proposes the rounded bank leg plus the 3740 residual line (credit when rounded up, debit when rounded down), resolved via getDisplayTotal from the per-invoice override and company_settings.ore_rounding. - settleInvoicePayment and the v1 mark-paid route absorb the sub-krona residual, gated by planInvoicePaymentForLines: absorption applies ONLY when the caller lines carry the exact residual on 3740; otherwise the strict plan applies (sub-krona partials stay partial, no-3740 overshoots keep the 400), so the GL can never diverge from the AR sub-ledger. - planInvoicePayment absorb-band boundary tightened to >= 1 kr: an exactly-1-kr overshoot used to slip past both the guard and the absorb branch and silently over-record paid_amount (pre-existing on the bank-match path). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): resolve all 7 PR compliance findings - ASVS V3.3: per-request CSP nonce on the enable-banking finalize page (mirrors the mcp-oauth consent page); inline scripts are nonce-bound - ASVS V16: decouple callback finalize work from the response stream (eager promise + next/server after()) so a client disconnect cannot drop session persistence or the consent_granted audit emit - ISO 27001 A.8.15: failed audit-event emits log through the structured logger with a stable message for log-based alerting - ASVS V2.3: recurring-invoice cron and run-now routes resolve isSandboxCompany themselves and pass an explicit suppressAutoSend flag (defence in depth around the email chokepoint, freeze-and-retain kept) - ISO 27001 A.8.11: stagePendingOperation rejects plaintext personnummer-bearing keys in params/preview_data (key-based guard; EF org numbers make value-matching unsafe) - ASVS V4.5: employee PATCH body is truly sparse; cleared number fields are omitted instead of resetting DB values to hardcoded fallbacks - ASVS V8.2.1: route-level tests pin the v1 cross-company deny (404 by convention, not 403) on the payslip PDF endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: implement vacation-year basis change validation and error handling - Added tests to block vacation-year basis changes when open balances exist. - Implemented error handling for open-balances guard query failures in the settings route. - Enhanced absence route to reject reversed date ranges with a validation error. - Updated absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert for better performance and reliability. - Refactored salary calculation logic to correctly handle age-based avgifter rates according to Skatteverket's rules. - Improved error messaging for vacation year closure adjustments. - Adjusted employee opening balances handling to preserve audit information during upserts. * feat(settings): add validation to block vacation-year basis change with open balances feat(absence): reject reversed date ranges in absence queries fix(absence): update absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert fix(employee): improve validation for jamkning dates in employee updates fix(opening-balances): ensure created_by field is preserved during upserts test(absence): enhance tests for absence range and date validations test(calculation): add tests for age-based avgifter rates and edge cases test(semesterberedning): validate vacation year closure adjustments and error handling test(employee-opening-balances): update tests to reflect changes in salary_run_employees schema * fix(migrations): implement NOT VALID constraints for pending_operations and add validation migration --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

refactor(ui): design-system consistency pass over dense pages + i18n de-bloat (#961)
* refactor(ui): normalize dense pages to the locked design system Sweep of the info-dense surfaces against .claude/rules/design.md; no behavior changes, classNames and primitive adoption only. - Replace hand-rolled h1s with PageHeader (import, suppliers, kpi, salary/employees, skattekonto, settings layout) and drop the one double title (SalarySettingsContent under the settings h1) - Replace hand-rolled empty states with EmptyState (skattekonto, banking/api-keys/oauth/counterparty settings) and hand-rolled pulse divs with Skeleton (deadlines, report view loaders) - Remove semantic colors used as chrome: amber/emerald banners in AGIPanel and SkatteverketPanel, success/warning tints in kassaflodesanalys, arsredovisning and import become neutral surfaces with the tint kept on the icon only - Full-opacity borders everywhere (border-border/30-60, border-destructive/20-40, border-foreground/30, text-destructive/80) - Snap off-scale spacing (p-5 to p-6, p-2.5 to p-3, gap/mt-x.5 to scale values); KPI metric tiles p-6 to p-4 per the tile rule - Remove the mobile Select that duplicated the invoices status Tabs (TabsList already scrolls horizontally); single Tabs now serves both breakpoints - supplier-invoices: shared formatCurrency instead of a local formatAmount helper; skattekonto: formatDate/formatDateLong/ formatDateTime instead of raw dates and toLocaleString - arsredovisning flerarsoversikt converted to the Table primitive with right-aligned tabular-nums cells - Settings: CardTitle text-base on section cards, one heading idiom in AccountSettingsContent, h3 to h2 in CompanyProfileView Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(i18n): trim text bloat and fix an untranslated sv string - Fix invoice_credit.create_failed_fallback: sv catalog carried the English "Failed to create credit note"; now "Kunde inte skapa kreditfaktura". Translate new_user_checklist.step3_title in en - Drop descriptions that paraphrase their own title (design.md forbidden pattern): invoice_detail.credited_description, invoice_credit.original_card_description, invoice_editor customer/notes card descriptions (keys deleted from both catalogs, zero remaining usages); the transaction booking DialogDescription becomes sr-only so screen readers keep it - Trim redundant sentences from settings_salary.info_payroll_scope, settings_backup.intro, ext_cloud_backup_long_description, settings.name_description, salary_payments.open_payments_note and shorten invoice_credit.reason_card_description; statutory BFL/tax prose untouched - Normalize toast punctuation (dimensions/self_billing created_description lose the trailing period like their siblings) - common.delete "Radera" to "Ta bort" (zero live call sites; Radera stays reserved for irreversible account/company deletion) Catalogs verified key-identical (4795 keys each) and JSON-parseable. Add/api and invoice (#911)
* feat(salary): validate employee clearing/kontonummer at entry Bank details on the "Anställda" form had no structural validation, so a typo in clearing/kontonummer was saved silently and only surfaced at Bankgirot LB generation (or never, on the SEPA path). Adds a shared validator (lib/salary/payment/bank-account.ts) wired into the create dialog, edit page, CreateEmployeeSchema, and the PATCH route: 4-digit clearing or 5-digit Swedbank (8xxxx), 5-11 digit account, both-or-neither. Mirrors encodeReceiverAccount so entry-time validation matches what the payout layer can encode. Update validates only when a bank field actually changes, so legacy free-text data stays editable. Includes a conservative clearing to bank-name hint (null for unknown ranges). Per-bank mod10/mod11 checksum deferred to a soft-warning follow-up. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(chart-of-accounts): styled delete warnings and bulk select-all Replace the native window.confirm() on single-account delete with the styled DestructiveConfirmDialog, and add to the prune dialog a master 'select all unused accounts' checkbox plus an explicit confirmation step before bulk deletion. New sv/en strings for the confirm titles and actions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): encrypt personnummer on v1 employee create; tolerate legacy plaintext on read The v1 REST create route stored personnummer unencrypted, which then threw ERR_CRYPTO_INVALID_AUTH_TAG on every decrypt-on-read path and 500'd the employees roster. Encrypt on write in v1 create, decrypt on read in the v1 list/detail/patch responses, and make decryptPersonnummer pass a raw 12-digit value through with a warn so a legacy plaintext row can't take the roster down. Encrypt seeded personnummer. Add a gated, idempotent backfill for existing rows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a manual entry as a reusable template Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual journal-entry form next to the existing "Anvand mall" picker, so users can capture a booking pattern the moment they work it out. Opens the shared TemplateForm (create mode) pre-seeded from the current lines via deriveTemplateLinesFromBooking, and saves through the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates. Rendered in both the mobile and desktop layouts and in create + edit modes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): label all staged operation types The Granskning list rendered the raw snake_case operation_type (e.g. create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox) for any type missing from the label map, which hogs the meta row and wraps awkwardly on mobile. Add short sv/en labels for all operation types in OPERATION_RISK_TIERS, plus a humanized fallback for future ones, and simplify the label map to a plain operation_type -> i18n-key record (the icon/variant fields were dead). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): let users file moms without a Skatteverket connection The momsdeklaration was never gated on the Skatteverket connection (it renders from the bookkeeping), but the not-connected "Anslut med BankID" card read as a wall. Make manual filing a first-class path: - Add a "Lämna in din momsdeklaration" card under the report with a PDF download (SKV 4700 layout, hela kronor) and a skatteverket.se link. - Add a momsdeklaration PDF route + template; buildManualFilingRows() rounds each ruta to whole kronor and recomputes ruta 49 per the SKV 4700 formula so it ties out. The PDF is a read/record copy, not a submission file (moms has no upload channel). - Offer PDF alongside Excel in the report's export menu. - Reframe the not-connected SkatteverketPanel to "Skicka direkt till Skatteverket (valfritt)". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): compact new-employee dialog and warn on bad account check digit Redesign NewEmployeeDialog into a compact layout: borderless sections split by hairline dividers (no per-section cards), a fixed header + scrolling body + solid footer (fixes content showing through the old sticky bar), and denser grids. EmployeeTaxCard gains a `flat` variant so the dialog can host it without card chrome; the edit page keeps the boxed version. Add non-blocking Swedish account check-digit validation (lib/bankgiro/account-number.ts): mod10 (reuses luhn) + mod11, with a clearing->method table from the Bankgirot "Bankernas kontonummeruppbyggnad" spec, cross-checked against jop-io/kontonummer.js and verified against a real account (Forex 9420/4172385). Surfaced as a soft warning in both employee forms; unrecognised clearings return 'unknown' so we never warn on a valid but unmapped account. Never blocks saving. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): configurable send time + editing for recurring invoices Re-register the accidentally-removed recurring cron (now hourly) and add a per-schedule send hour (Europe/Stockholm, DST-aware). The cron never sends for a past date, and the enabling migration pauses every existing schedule on deploy so nothing auto-sends behind a user's back; users reactivate consciously (with a confirm) or click "Skapa faktura nu" to send this month on demand. Automatic sending now requires a customer email. Adds a full edit flow (row click opens the prefilled form, PATCH), fixing the row-click 404. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): configure självfaktura via the invoice API Add an optional is_self_billed flag (plus external_invoice_number, self_billing_agreement_ref, received_date) to the public invoice-create endpoint so callers can register a received self-billing invoice (mottagen självfaktura, ML 17 kap 15§) via the API. It was previously only reachable from the internal dashboard route, so it was missing from the API docs. Extract the booking into a shared service (lib/invoices/self-billed-sale.ts) and refactor the internal /api/invoices/self-billed route to a thin wrapper over it, so the dashboard and the API cannot drift. Books as a sale (Debit 1510 / Credit 30xx+26xx) with the counterparty's number; no own number is consumed. Fields are plain optionals (no schema refine) so UpdateInvoiceSchema.omit() keeps working; required-when-self-billed is enforced in the route. Documented in the endpoint registry. No migration (columns already exist). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): allow a partial voucher-series-per-source-type map In Zod 4 an enum-keyed z.record is exhaustive (every source_type required), so saving a default_voucher_series_per_source_type map that omits a source type (e.g. the newly added result_appropriation) failed with "expected string, received undefined". Use partialRecord so the map can be sparse; the engine falls back to series 'A' for any unmapped key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(salary): resolve employer name via getCompanyDisplayName Payslip PDFs, the payslip email, AGI, KU10, and the BG/LB + SEPA payment files now resolve the employer name through getCompanyDisplayName (company_settings.company_name, falling back to companies.name), matching how invoices already display it. Read-side coalesce, so no migration or backfill: companies.name is write-once at onboarding and not authoritative for these surfaces. The sidebar company switcher uses the same coalesce for the non-active companies in the list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(kontoplan): index-only account usage counts + lighter reference load Add a covering index on journal_entry_lines (journal_entry_id, account_number) so get_account_usage_counts becomes an index-only scan (prod worst case ~440ms). Slim /api/bookkeeping/accounts/reference to return only the company's activation rows and merge against the client-bundled BAS_REFERENCE instead of re-sending the full ~1,300-account catalog every load, and defer the BAS catalog + usage counts off the first-paint critical path in ChartOfAccountsManager. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * i18n(salary): add bank-account checksum warning string sv/en strings for the employee bank-account (clearing/kontonummer) soft checksum warning shown by the create/edit forms. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: update decision log Append the 2026-07-06/07 decision entries (salary employer-name coalesce, sidebar switcher, employees API personnummer fix, kontoplan load optimization, momsdeklaration manual filing, recurring invoices resend + reactivation + editing, "spara som mall", voucher-series partial map, and självfaktura via the invoice API). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address compliance-review findings on recurring invoices + moms filing - recurring cron: close the double-send window with an atomic compare-and-set claim on last_run_at (release-on-failure) so two overlapping hourly runs can't both spawn from the same stale batch row - recurring edit dialog: force auto_send=false whenever the effective customer has no email, so a disabled-but-checked box can't PATCH auto_send=true after the async customer load - momsdeklaration manual-filing: truncate rutor to whole kronor (öretal faller bort per SFL 22 kap 1 §) instead of round-to-nearest, matching the SRU path Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Check/salary bankid api (#892)
* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup - middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard - BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once (a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first, failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors - bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account - bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink (BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method) - login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: move secondary guides into docs/, delete dead root files Move DOCKER.md, SELF-HOSTING.md, WHITELABEL.md and extensions.md (renamed EXTENSIONS.md) into a new docs/ folder and update all path references (README, setup.sh, .dockerignore image rules, docker-publish workflow comment, _example-branding, lib/branding/service.ts). Delete two dead root files: customer.json (stray API-test payload) and findings.md (point-in-time swarm audit export, criticals already filed). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(api): security & correctness hardening + withRouteContext MFA migration across API routes Audit of ~100 app/api routes. Highlights: Security - agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped - calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only - bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded - agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated Correctness - account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000 rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) -> fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes) - voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced - 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed - assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed - invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent; deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod Convention - ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation, corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right where they figured out how something should be booked. - derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking (settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart) - extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility hints instead of duplicating them - save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts diverged. The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3 templates. Also fixed along the way: - Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all. - mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a non-fileable document before download. - Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR. - FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver (never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie the roll-forward exactly to booked UB. - build-input dedupes warnings now that the PDF path runs the same mapping. Regression test asserts no RR/BR label ever contains a four-digit account number again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr" with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode (prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest years. - lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis) - Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced, naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread - SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and now renders them - opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return 409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors: - Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek. Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate. - Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows. - Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied /api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well. - application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL) validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always failing the magic-byte check. - correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test). - Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE, TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE (company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots, skipping slots held by any existing row. - Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives). - Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of silently skipping the mirror. - Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt guidance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines. ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET /api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot follows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list bundle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks: - One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The separate /salary/runs/new page is gone. - Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail, KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/. - Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token], backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the route from auth redirects. - Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026). - AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid. - Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish, municipality tax-table lookup improvements. messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune, skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before this. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping - Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16 renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged). - Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs don't break the build type-check. - Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76. - template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding. - database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(), which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag. Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging. Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap) Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger, which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all. That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression). Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging. style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(reconciliation): Bankavstämning phase 0 — correctness + feedback batch (+ nav IA regrouping) (#879)
* feat(nav): interaction-mode sidebar grouping — Arbeta/Analys/Data/Skatt & bokslut Nav IA redesign phase 0 (dev_docs/nav_ia_redesign.md): same routes, regrouped by what the user is doing. CLAUDE.md restructured around Hard Rules (doc references updated); pending-page explainer removed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): correctness + feedback batch for Bankavstämning (phase 0) Engine: fetchAllRows pagination on status/run/RPC fetches (silent 1000-row cap corrupted totals), optimistic-lock guards on manualLink + apply, unlink audit rows attributed to the acting user (was: company UUID), selected_matches partial apply intersected with a fresh match run. View: silent in-place refresh instead of a full-page skeleton per action, checkbox-gated apply with confidence badges (fuzzy unticked) in chunks of 500, honest result toasts, dry-run errors surfaced, ranked per-row picker candidates pinned to the applied date window, currency-correct amounts (bank side in account currency, GL side SEK), voucher links, translated source types, colored differens, dirty-date-filter guard. Discovery: year-end preflight 404 href fixed (/reconciliation/bank never existed), ⌘K palette entry, real links from the transactions page. v1: status registry schema now matches the actual ReconciliationStatus payload, errors documented as a count, false ~0.85-threshold pitfall replaced, route test mocks the real shape. feat: UI slop cleanup, invoice icon/header polish + year-end in Rapporter, journal-list DataList refactor (#847)
UI cleanup: removed AI-slop (redundant suppliers subtitle, decorative Sparkles glyph), decluttered the article-detail header (single status badge + muted type · #number), standardized the invoice icon Receipt→ReceiptText (no $ in a SEK app), and matched ReportExportMenu trigger size to the primary CTA on list pages. Bookkeeping: surfaced year-end closing in Rapporter (catalog descriptor) and dropped the redundant header button; refactored JournalEntryList to DataList primitives + chunked /api/documents/counts in 50-ID batches (large pages previously 400'd); added optional fraction-digit overrides to formatCurrency. The fiscal-year lock indicator is preserved as a labeled Låst/Stängt badge in FiscalYearSelector. All PR-bot findings triaged as false positives (unused import, formatCurrency öre, lock indicator) or intentional design (year-end placement, empty-state messaging). CI green. feat(transactions): underlag status badges + attach dialog; auto-expire stale pending ops (#712)
* feat(transactions): per-row underlag status + attach-document dialog
- New "Matcha mot underlag" dialog on /transactions (inbox pick or fresh
upload), the tx→doc mirror of the Documents view's matcher
- Per-row Underlag/Underlag saknas badges on booked history rows, driven
by computeJeUnderlagStatus — same posted-only, exemption-aware scope as
the worklist count so badge and count never disagree
- attach-document route + commit dispatcher now propagate the doc onto
the verifikation when the tx is already booked (BFL 5 kap 6 §), with a
409 guard for docs consumed by a different verifikation, idempotent
re-attach (no same-value rewrite under period lock), and an honest 409
when the period-lock trigger blocks the propagation
- Booking-dialog doc links also pin the doc to the transaction row
(first linked doc wins) via the link route's new transaction_id param
messages/{sv,en}.json also carries the strings for the pending-ops
expiry UI that lands in the next commit.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(pending-operations): auto-expire stale staged operations after 30 days
- New daily cron (02:30 UTC, vercel.json + both docker crontabs) flips
>30-day-old pending ops to rejected with the dispatcher's
{ auto_rejected: true, reason: 'expired' } result_data shape — rows are
never deleted, the table is the audit trail
- /pending renders an "Utgick automatiskt" badge + detail line for these,
orders terminal tabs by resolved_at so a fresh expiry sweep isn't
buried, and adds a first-time-reviewer explainer
- Origin labels spell out where a proposal came from (AI chat, MCP key,
API, cron) instead of the raw actor_label
- agent_chat actor type added to PendingOperationActorType/AuditLogEntry
(DB CHECK already widened in 20260519090000) and to the agent filter
- ApprovalCard notes that ignoring a proposal is safe
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* docs(mcp): surface the client telemetry marker in connect instructions
Tag the connector URLs shown in ApiKeysPanel, the connect-claude doc and
the gnubok-mcp README with ?client=<surface> (claude-connector /
claude-code) and GNUBOK_CLIENT=claude-desktop for the npm bridge.
Telemetry-only — the server already reads the param/header; this just
lets us measure which Claude surface connected.
The claude mcp add copy blocks quote the URL: an unquoted ? in the query
string trips zsh globbing ("no matches found").
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* review: fix stale-closure badge flip + zod-validate link route body (PR #712)
- handleDocumentAttached read journal_entry_id off the render-time
transactions snapshot; if the list changed while the attach dialog was
open the optimistic badge flip was silently skipped. Read it off the
dialog's own subject (attachDocTx) instead.
- POST /api/documents/[id]/link now validates the body against the new
LinkDocumentSchema (uuid-strict, all four fields) instead of a bare
presence check on journal_entry_id — same canonical VALIDATION_ERROR
envelope. Test fixtures switched to real UUIDs accordingly.

Agent v1 bundle: TIC v2 onboarding, in-app assistant gating, sidebar nav, MCP fixes (#584)
* fix(sie-import): accept tab as field separator (Bollbok exports) The SIE 4 spec allows either space or tab between fields, but splitSIELine() only treated space (0x20) as a separator. Bollbok exports tab-separated lines for every record except #RAR, which silently swallowed all #IB / #UB / #KONTO / #KTYP / #VER / #TRANS records — imports appeared empty even though the file was well-formed. Also adds a parser-side diagnostic that emits a warning when raw #IB or #VER lines are present in the input but parsing produced none. The previous silent failure is how this bug stayed hidden; the warning gives the import preview something visible to surface next time. Verified against two real reproducer files (Sean / Erik Hellqvist): erik h 2025.SE (UTF-8): 166 accounts, 66 IB, 4 UB, 11 RES, 95 vouchers, 198 TRANS. erik h 2026.SE (CP437): 166 accounts, 66 IB, 4 UB, 0 vouchers. Both now parse with zero warnings/errors. Tests: + 8 Bollbok-shape tab-separated fixtures (2025 + 2026 quoting variants). + 4 silent-failure diagnostic-warning tests. All 74 sie-parser tests pass; 155/155 in lib/import; 64/64 downstream callers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sie-import): address PR #513 review — strip #KTYP quotes, suppress redundant aggregate warning Two non-blocking P2 findings from Greptile review on PR #513: 1. #KTYP handler stored fields[2] directly, so Bollbok 2026 exports (#KTYP\t1510\t"T") stored '"T"' with literal quotes instead of 'T'. Latent defect — accountType is unused downstream today, but my tab- separator fix made the quoted-value path reachable. Now routes through parseStringField so both Bollbok 2025 (unquoted T) and 2026 (quoted "T") land as 'T'. 2. The aggregate "kontrollera fältavskiljare och teckenkodning" warning fired alongside per-record 'error'-severity issues for malformed #IB / #VER records, producing a misleading hint when the parser had already pinpointed the structural problem. Now suppressed when an error-severity issue with the same tag already exists. Test coverage: + accountType asserted to be 'T' (not '"T"') in both 2025 + 2026 shapes. + VER aggregate-warning test now uses #VER lines without { } blocks (silent loss, no per-record error) — the canonical case the diagnostic is designed for. + New suppression test: bare #VER produces per-record errors AND the aggregate warning is absent. 75/75 sie-parser tests pass; 156/156 in lib/import. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: agent chat + composer + memory + document extraction In-progress work on this branch beyond the SIE-import fixes: - Specialized accountant agent (composer + intents + chat loop) - Persistent agent_conversations/messages, agent_profiles, agent_memory - /chat surface + /onboarding/agent + /settings/agent-memory - document-extraction extension with status hooks - MCP server staging refactor + new skills (atoms, bank reconciliation, customer onboarding, kreditfaktura) - pending_operations rejection feedback (category + reason) + realtime - TIC company profile cached snapshot on companies - 17 migrations (all additive — see prior conversation analysis) Parked while branch waits for review/merge. Migrations are already applied to prod. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(tic): migrate company-data client from api-core v1 to Lens v2 Swaps the seven TIC company-data endpoints we call from the api-core paths (`/datasets/companies/{companyId}/...`, `/search/companies`) to the Lens equivalents (`/companies/{id}/...`, `/search-public/companies`). Hard cutover; proxy pattern preserved. Schema shifts handled inside the extension so consumers (TicWorkspace, Step2CompanyDetails) don't need changes: - `/companies/{id}/bank-accounts` now returns Bankgirot only — map to the existing `{ type, accountNumber, bic }` shape, drop terminated. - `/companies/{id}/industries` returns a discriminated array — filter to `companyIndustryCodeType === 'sni2007'` to preserve v1 behavior. - `/companies/{id}/phone-numbers` renamed the field to `phoneNumberFormatted` (fall back to `e164PhoneNumber`). - `/companies/{id}/documents` replaces `/financial-report-summaries`; filter `type === 'annualReport'` and read nested `financialReportMetadata` to rebuild the legacy summary shape. - `isCeased` is now a top-level boolean; `activityStatus` is an enum. Translate enum -> 'ceased' for the workspace's existing check. BankID identity flow (id.tic.io) is untouched — separate TIC product. Note: deploy gated on the TIC proxy being flipped to lens-api.tic.io with an `x-api-key` Lens key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tic): expose v2 onboarding & workspace data Adds six new Lens (v2) fetchers on top of the migration that already landed in this branch, surfacing the data through /lookup and /profile. New fetchers in lib/tic-client.ts: - getFiscalYears /companies/{id}/fiscal-years - getAccountingPeriods /companies/{id}/accounting-periods - getPayrolls /companies/{id}/payrolls - getSignatory /companies/{id}/signatory - getRepresentatives /companies/{id}/representatives - getCompanyStatus /companies/{id}/status /lookup gains a fiscalYear field (current fiscal-year configuration) so onboarding Step 2 can skip manual MM-DD entry. CompanyLookupResult extended with optional fiscalYear; consumers without it keep working. /profile gains five new sections on TICCompanyProfile: - fiscalYear + fiscalYearHistory current + deduped period list - signatory firmateckning descriptions - board + representatives board-composition summary + active officers (positionEnd in future) - payrolls payroll2 array newest-first, with deviation vs annual-report - statuses current+historical status entries with red/yellow/green/neutral color TicWorkspace renders the new data as four cards (Status, Fiscal year + Signatory, Board + Representatives, Payroll history) plus a Badge mapping for the traffic-light status color. Tests: 52 -> 60 passing. Added unit tests for the new fetchers' v2 paths, fiscal-year auto-fill in /lookup, and full v2 profile coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(onboarding, agent): lean on TIC v2 to skip Steps 1 & 3 and sharpen Opus Three small wins that unlock more of the v2 cutover. No new endpoints — the data was already in the snapshot, just not flowing where it should. Step 1 (entity_type) — deep-link path only: - /lookup now returns `legalEntityType` and `registrationDate` (added to CompanyLookupResult). - /onboarding/page.tsx does a server-side /lookup prefetch when ?org_number= is present (BankID picker path), maps "AB"/"EF" to the EntityType enum, and seeds Step 1's radio. Falls through silently for unsupported codes (HB, KB, …) and on TIC errors. - WelcomeOnboarding hydrates ticLookup state from the server prefetch so Step 2's debounced client fetch and Step 3's first-year inference both have data on first render — no flash. Step 3 (is_first_fiscal_year) — every path: - deriveFirstYearDefaults() parses ticLookup.registrationDate and returns { isFirstFiscalYear, firstYearStart } when registered <12 months ago. Step 3's initialData picks it up; the user only confirms the end date. - Settings value wins when present so existing users with a saved choice don't get overridden. Composer prompt: - redactTic allowlist was the bottleneck — it stripped beneficialOwners, signatory, board, representatives, payrolls, statuses, fiscalYear before Opus ever saw the JSON. Existing filterRedundantQuestions ownership logic was effectively dead because the data path was severed. Expanded allowlist to include those v2 sections; kept bankAccounts/ email/phone/fiscalYearHistory/financialReports out (token cost > signal). - SYSTEM_PROMPT now documents each v2 section and the rules Opus should apply: payroll signal switches from "registration.payroll" to "actual payrolls[] filings" (kills the false-positive swedish-payroll selection for newly registered employers); beneficialOwners[] becomes the authoritative ownership source (single owner → FMB modifier; multiple → multi-owner); statuses[] isCeased/red triggers an uncertainty_note. Tests: 4112 unchanged. Build: green. No schema or migration changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): onboarding polish + composer signal fixes from first-run feedback UX: - AgentOnboarding: drop the 10s "Hoppa över — fortsätt med standardval" escape hatch. The fallback path runs automatically on timeout; the manual skip just teased users into a degraded build. - ReviewCard step 2 title: "Stämma av detaljerna" → "Stäm av detaljerna" (imperative form matches the rest of the steps). - Drop em-dashes from user-visible Swedish strings in AgentOnboarding + ReviewCard (fallback labels, subtitles, placeholder, error message, final CTA). Em-dashes survive in code comments only. - "Fråga min revisor" → "Fråga min assistent" everywhere it surfaced: AgentTrigger, AgentSparkleButton, ReviewCard preview, ReviewCard fallback comment, general.help intent buttonLabel + prompt text. - AgentTrigger / AgentSparkleButton / EmptyState.AgentHelpLink / TransactionInboxCard ask-button all gated on identity.isVerified. Pre-onboarding users no longer see the floating FAB or per-page Sparkle buttons. AgentSheetProvider.identity gained an isVerified field; (dashboard)/layout.tsx selects agent_profiles.verified_at and passes it through. TIC verksamhetsbeskrivning: - tic/index.ts /profile: /companies/{id}/purposes returns every historical verksamhetsföremål filing. Picking [0] was returning the oldest "äga och förvalta" holding-company boilerplate for companies whose later filings narrowed the purpose ("tillhandahålla företagskrediter och finansiella teknologilösningar"). Sort the array by lastUpdatedAtUtc desc and take the most recent non-empty purpose. Composer banking signal: - loadBankingSummary now reads journal_entry_id alongside description/amount/date and returns per-counterparty `direction` ('in' | 'out' | 'mixed') and `has_unbooked` (any row not yet booked). Aggregate `unbooked_count` accompanies the rollup. - buildUserPrompt emits each counterparty as `Name: 12 345 kr (ut, OBOKFÖRD)` so Opus can tell income from cost on sight and tell which counterparties are still open questions. - SYSTEM_PROMPT now explicitly forbids verification questions about counterparties whose direction is unambiguous AND status is 'bokförd'. Should kill the regressions from the first agent build: * "Konsult, J 98 565 kr — intäkt eller kostnad?" when the amount is clearly negative. * "ALMI AB 493 000 kr — lån eller bidrag?" when the transaction is already categorized. Tests: 4112 unchanged. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent,ui): representation needs deltagare+syfte, drop duplicate doc icon Representation booking: - transaction-categorization prompt now requires the agent to capture participants (name + company) AND purpose before staging a representation categorization. SKV's representationsregler + ML 8 kap require the verifikation to document who attended and what the meeting was about; without that the avdrag is denied and the post should be booked as non-deductible / personalkostnad. - The agent confirms back in plain text (audit trail in the chat), writes the deltagare + syfte to gnubok_remember_fact (long-term), THEN stages. Saknas deltagare/syfte: explicitly tell the user the avdrag won't go through and offer the non-deductible alternative. - Known gap (followup, not this commit): the staged op's journal entry description doesn't yet carry the deltagare text. Until we add a `notes` field to gnubok_categorize_transaction, the audit trail lives in chat + agent_memory only. TransactionInboxCard duplicate attachment indicator: - Drop the FileCheck2 "open document" button from the trailing slot. TransactionAttachmentIndicator (Paperclip) next to the description already opens the underlag on click. Two icons doing the same thing was noise. Cleaned up the unused state (isOpeningDoc, hasAttachment, handleOpenAttachment) and dropped now-unused imports (FileCheck2, useToast). Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent, nav): notes on verifikation + redesigned sidebar Audit-trail notes for representation: - gnubok_categorize_transaction gains an optional `notes` string. Threaded through stagePendingOperation → commitCategorizeTransaction → createTransactionJournalEntry, which now appends notes to the entry's description (capped at 500 chars). The verifikation an external auditor reads now carries deltagare + syfte directly — not just chat history / agent_memory. - transaction-categorization prompt updated: representation flow now REQUIRES the agent to pass deltagare+syfte via the notes parameter. Without it the booking is non-deductible / personalkostnad per SKV. DashboardNav redesign: - Top section: flat, no header — Hem (/chat), Underlag (was Dokumentinkorg), Transaktioner, Granskning. Always visible; the inline badge on /pending shows the count when there are pending ops. - Mid section: four collapsible dropdowns (Försäljning, Inköp, Redovisning, Personal). Each auto-expands when the active route lives inside it. KPI moved from main to Redovisning. Extension nav items (TIC workspace, etc.) fold into Redovisning. - Bottom-left: new account popover (DropdownMenu, opens upward) holding CompanySwitcher, Inställningar, Hjälp, Support, Logga ut. Replaces the old top company-switcher card + the bottom Support/Logout block. - Mobile drawer mirrors the new structure: top items as flat list, same four dropdown groups, separate "Tillägg" section when extensions exist, "Mitt konto" section at the bottom. - i18n: invoice_inbox label renamed "Dokumentinkorg" → "Underlag" ("Documents" in en). New keys: mitt_konto, group_extensions. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): unhide Leverantörer under Inköp The /suppliers entry existed in navItems but was marked hidden — leftover from when the supplier list lived elsewhere in the IA. Removing the hidden flag puts Leverantörer in the Inköp dropdown alongside Leverantörsfakturor. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): CompanySwitcher back to top-left, user account moves bottom-left The previous pass collapsed both concepts into the bottom popover. They mean different things: the company is the org context everything below operates against (top-of-sidebar, scannable); the user is the account-holder (bottom-of-sidebar, where settings/logout live). - (dashboard)/layout.tsx: fetch profiles.full_name alongside the existing identity queries; pass userName + userEmail into DashboardNav. - DashboardNav: restore CompanySwitcher at the top of the sidebar (pre-redesign placement). Bottom-left popover trigger now shows the signed-in user's name + single-letter initial (accountInitial helper falls back to email's first char, then "?"). Popover header carries full name + email; items unchanged (Inställningar, Hjälp, Support, Logga ut). CompanySwitcher removed from inside the popover — nested dropdowns were awkward and the top placement is where it belongs. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): trim the agent context strip The row-level AgentContextStrip on /pending was rendering the model name (eu.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-6) and the full atoms array (horizontal/swedish-vat, vertical/konsult-it, …) inline, which made each row 60–80 chars of mostly-the-same metadata. Reviewers never scan that text; they scan amounts and decide approve/reject. Now the strip shows only the conversation deep-link (Konversation #<short id>) — the one piece that's actually useful for diving into context. Model + atoms remain available in agent_metadata for debugging surfaces; they're just not in the list view. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): shared ground rules + paragraph breaks after tool calls Two regressions surfaced in real usage. Both are systemic. Shared agent ground rules: - /chat surface (general.help) was happily inventing four-digit BAS account numbers ("Debet 6212 - Molntjänster…", "Kredit 2614 - Ingående moms…") and proposing booking decisions on invoices it had never seen, with no follow-up questions about currency/scope/etc. - transaction-categorization had those rules baked into its prompt; general-help / bokslut-step / invoice-draft / supplier-invoice-review / verifikation-draft / vat-review never inherited them. - Extracted lib/agent/intents/shared-rules.ts with five cross-cutting rules: underlag first (check inbox + ask user to upload to Dokumentinkorgen when missing), ask follow-ups when ambiguous, never write four-digit BAS account numbers in chat (category names only), cite atoms / load skills (don't guess), check counterparty history before proposing. - Injected renderAgentGroundRules() into all six intents above. transaction-categorization left alone — it has more detailed inline rules tied to its specific underlag-flow. Paragraph break after tool calls: - text_delta from the model often resumes after a tool call without a leading newline ("kategoriseras." → gnubok_query_journal runs → "Inget historik hittades…" appended directly). Markdown rendered the concatenation as one paragraph. - AgentChat text_delta handler now inserts \n\n when (a) the buffer ends with text content, (b) the incoming delta starts with text content, (c) at least one tool call has run, and (d) the buffer doesn't already end with a blank line. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): default-open dropdown groups; closing is per-user Dropdowns started collapsed which meant first-time users had to open each group to discover what's inside. Inverted the state: default open, user can collapse, active route still forces a group open. - manualExpanded → manualCollapsed (semantics flip) - toggleGroup unchanged externally; flips the bit - isGroupExpanded returns !manualCollapsed[g] || hasActiveChild Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): rate-safe v1→v2 TIC upgrade, counterparty defaults, profile settings Three pre-ship quality wins. Rate-limit-safe TIC v2 upgrade: - The /profile endpoint fans out to ~13 Lens calls; the account has a ~3000/mo ceiling. Force-refreshing every pre-v2 (v1) snapshot across the customer base would blow the budget. - ensureTicSnapshot gains an `upgradeV1` flag. A cached snapshot still inside the 7-day window is re-fetched only when (a) the caller passes upgradeV1 AND (b) the snapshot is v1-shaped (missing the v2-only `statuses` key). Gated to the two agent-onboarding call sites — a deliberate, once-per-company action and the only consumer of the v2 sections. Workspace + signup keep the natural 7-day staleness, so the v1→v2 migration is lazy and bounded to companies actually building an agent. Known-counterparty defaults (shared-rules): - Agent now proposes a sensible default for well-known counterparties instead of asking the same question monthly: Almi → lån, Tillväxtverket/ Vinnova/EU-stöd → bidrag, Skatteverket → skatt/avgift or återbäring, Bolagsverket → avgift, Försäkringskassan → ersättning, EF private withdrawal → eget uttag. Stated as an assumption the user can correct, not a hard rule — underlag/history still wins. Företagsprofil settings page: - New /settings/agent-profile (Företagsprofil / "Company profile"): view + edit the agent's company profile after onboarding — assistant name + avatar, the profile summary the agent reasons from, and a read-only chip view of loaded specialities (atoms). Backed by the existing GET/PATCH /api/agent/profile. - New GET /api/agent/atom-titles?ids= resolves atom slugs → human titles for the chips (registry is globally-readable reference data). - Added to SettingsSidebar; i18n keys agent_profile (sv "Företagsprofil" / en "Company profile"). Note: /chat already redirects unverified users to / (chat layout guard), and / renders WelcomeGate → /onboarding/agent. No redirect work needed. AgentSetupBanner.tsx is orphaned dead code (WelcomeGate superseded it). Tests: 4112. Build: green. Both new routes compile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav, agent): Hem=Översikt + separate Assistent button; memory dedup Nav restructure: - "Hem" now points to / (Översikt dashboard) again, not /chat. The agent chat gets its own top-level nav entry "Assistent" (Sparkles icon) → /chat. Mobile bottom nav mirrors this (Hem / Assistent / Transaktioner). - / restored to render DashboardContent (the Översikt) for built-agent users instead of redirecting to /chat. Users who haven't built their assistant yet still get WelcomeGate (the build-agent checklist); once verified, / shows the dashboard. Chat is reachable anytime via its nav entry. Restored main's dashboard data-fetch; added an agent_profiles verified_at probe to drive the WelcomeGate branch. - i18n: nav.assistant ("Assistent" / "Assistant"). agent_memory dedup (gnubok_remember_fact): - The agent re-remembers the same fact constantly (e.g. "Vercel = omvänd skattskyldighet" on every Vercel categorization), which would bloat agent_memory with paraphrases over months. - Before insert, compare the incoming fact against the 300 most-recent active memories by word-set Jaccard similarity (lowercased, punctuation- stripped, stopwords dropped). A near-duplicate (≥0.82) is treated as already-known: bump its relevance toward the new score + refresh updated_at instead of writing a new row. Embedding-free, zero added latency beyond one bounded SELECT. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent, nav): företagsprofil=Bolagsuppgifter, avatar nav icon, dedupe greeting Företagsprofil settings page (the right content this time): - Replaced the agent atoms/summary panel with CompanyProfileView — a read-only "Bolagsuppgifter" view of the cached TIC company snapshot (name, org-nr, form, address, F-skatt/Moms/Arbetsgivare, SNI, bank, verksamhet, employees, latest financials, status traffic-lights, fiscal year, firmateckning, företrädare). Server component reads the companies.tic_snapshot column directly — no extension import, stays inside the core-build boundary. - Route renamed /settings/agent-profile → /settings/company-profile. Removed the old AgentProfilePanel + the now-unused /api/agent/atom-titles endpoint. "Assistent" nav icon = the agent's chosen avatar: - DashboardNav reads agent identity from AgentSheetProvider and renders the onboarding-chosen avatar for the /chat ("Assistent") entry across desktop sidebar, mobile drawer, and mobile bottom nav. Falls back to the Sparkles glyph pre-onboarding (no avatar yet). Nav cleanup: - Dropped the beta badge from Underlag. - Filtered the TIC workspace (/e/general/tic, "Företagsprofil") out of the nav — the same Bolagsuppgifter now lives under Inställningar → Företagsprofil, so it shouldn't appear in two places. Doubled intake greeting fix: - /chat/intake fires an invoke with no conversation_id, then swaps the URL to /chat/[id] the instant the `conversation` event lands — which can beat the greeting being persisted. /chat/[id] then hydrated with 0 messages and, because the auto-fire guard keyed on (id && messages>0), fired a SECOND invoke on the same conversation → two greetings. Guard now keys on conversation-id presence alone: a set id means resume, never bootstrap. Closes the race. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): paragraph-break-after-tool split words mid-stream The earlier "insert \n\n when text resumes after a tool call" heuristic re-evaluated on EVERY text_delta (any delta not starting/ending with whitespace, once a tool had run). Streaming deltas arrive in sub-word chunks, so it injected breaks between fragments of the same word: "minnes\n\nno\n\nterna", "kund\n\nrep\n\nresentation". Replace the per-delta heuristic with a consume-once ref: - tool_use sets breakBeforeNextTextRef = true - the next text_delta consumes it: prepends \n\n exactly once (only when the buffer has content, doesn't already end in whitespace, and the delta doesn't start with whitespace), then clears the flag So the break fires once per tool→text resume, never mid-word. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): much shorter replies, representation headcount + VAT cap, dot separator Brevity (system-prompt Svarsformat — affects every reply): - Hard "korthet är regel nummer ett": aim for 2-4 sentences, lead with the answer/action, no warm-up ("Här är vad som gäller…"), don't derive VAT in prose, don't restate what the approval card shows, one question at a time. The agent was writing textbook-length essays. Representation rule now in shared-rules (so verifikation-draft, vat-review, etc. all get it — previously only transaction-categorization had it, which is why the verifikation flow guessed 25% VAT and skipped the cap): - Require ANTAL deltagare (headcount), not just one name — the moms deduction is per person (underlag cap 300 kr/person ex moms). - Use the receipt's ACTUAL VAT rate (usually 12% on food), never assume 25%. - Meal representation isn't income-tax deductible (post-2017); whole cost booked as non-deductible representation. Verifikation description separator: - createTransactionJournalEntry appended notes with an em-dash ("Utlägg Eatnam — Deltagare:…"), violating house style. Switched to a middle dot " · ". journal_entries has no separate notes column — the description IS the BFL verifikationstext / audit field, so deltagare + syfte correctly live there. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): tidy Bolagsuppgifter — no status colours, clean firmateckning From first-look feedback on the Företagsprofil page: - Status: dropped the coloured traffic-light badges (red/yellow/green). Per the design system semantic colour is data-only, never chrome, so status now renders as plain label + date. Also filtered to dated entries only — Bolagsverket emits flags like "Har aldrig varit verksam" with no date that read as noise next to the real status. Ceased status gets muted destructive text (the one chrome colour the system keeps). - Firmateckning: the source text carries ">" list markers and crams several rules onto one line, and repeats "Firman tecknas av styrelsen" across rows. cleanSignatory() strips the markers, normalises whitespace, splits run-on "Firman tecknas …" clauses onto separate lines, and the render dedupes — so each rule reads as its own sentence. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): inbox items expose all terminal links + processed flag The Eatnam receipt was booked against its bank transaction (so the inbox row had matched_transaction_id + created_journal_entry_id set), yet the agent reported it as loose/unmatched and a duplicate risk. Root cause: gnubok_list_inbox_items only selected and returned matched_supplier_id + created_supplier_invoice_id — the supplier-invoice path. The transaction-match and direct-journal-entry paths were invisible, so any receipt cleared via /transactions looked unprocessed. - list_inbox_items now selects + returns matched_transaction_id and created_journal_entry_id alongside the supplier fields, plus a derived `processed` boolean (true when ANY of the three terminal links is set). - New unprocessed_only=true input filters to items with no terminal link — the "what still needs handling" view that prevents the agent from flagging already-booked docs as duplicates. (Fetches a wider window then filters client-side so limit applies post-filter.) - Description updated to document the processed semantics, within the 280-char tool-description budget. The DB linkage itself already worked: /transactions attach-document sets matched_transaction_id, and commitCategorizeTransaction stamps created_journal_entry_id. This was purely a read/surface gap. Tests: 4112 (+ MCP description guard). Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): repair stage-but-never-commit tools + consolidate tool surface - post_annual_depreciation AND reverse_entry were never in the pending_operations operation_type CHECK, so both staged then died with check_violation at INSERT. Add the CHECK migration, a commitPostAnnualDepreciation executor (reusing commitAnnualPostings), risk tier, and the PendingOperationType union member. - Salary tools de-risked: calculate_salary_run calls runSalaryCalculation() directly (no self-fetch/forged cookie); create_salary_run uses a transactional create-run helper with compensating delete; generate_agi actually generates + persists the declaration. - import_sie parses + validates at stage time with a content-rich preview (company, fiscal year, voucher/account counts, balance) instead of a blind byte count. - batch-match-invoices passed user.id where companyId was expected (silently matched zero). - VAT report+widget merged behind render_ui; gnubok_search_tools ranks by relevance; gnubok_feedback readOnlyHint corrected; tools/list instruction text fixed; income decision-tree + GL/query_journal cross-refs added. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): load skill atom bodies from the DB so they survive the build Skill bodies were read from disk at runtime (.claude/skills/**/SKILL.md); on Vercel the dynamic readFile path isn't traced into the lambda and on Docker .claude/ is excluded, so atoms loaded EMPTY in production — a despecialized agent. Inline the bodies into agent_atom_registry instead: - Migration adds body + mcp_exposed columns; a build-time generator (scripts/generate-skill-bodies.ts) emits a deterministic dollar-quoted seed migration with a content-hash manifest + --check CI guard. - Read sites (mcp-server atoms.ts, chat system-prompt.ts, composer prewarm) read body from the DB, with a dev-only disk fallback. mcp_exposed curates which atoms the MCP exposes (swarm-* never become atoms). - The seed script + generator share scripts/lib/atom-discovery.ts; estimated_tokens now reflects SKILL.md only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): safe the in-app assistant — gating, FAB de-confliction, rate limit, friendly errors - Hide all agent entry points until verified_at: the Assistent nav tab (sidebar + mobile) and the agent-memory settings tab now match the floating FAB's gate. - FAB de-confliction: /kpi -> kpi.explain and /bookkeeping/year-end -> bokslut.step so the floating button opens the SAME assistant as the page button (no two-agents-on-one-page). - Generous per-user rate limit (30/min, 1000/day) on /api/agent/invoke, /onboarding/stream, /composer via a new agent_rate_counters table + check_and_increment_agent_quota RPC; fails open. Bounds runaway Bedrock spend without touching normal users. - Friendly errors: Bedrock 429/timeout/5xx normalized to Swedish (friendlyModelError) in run-turn + the invoke route; the chat client surfaces the server's friendly message instead of a raw HTTP status. - /chat/new validates ?intent= against the registry so bad deep-links fall back to general.help instead of rendering a broken-looking error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): keep /chat read-only — redirect categorization + swap the "categorize" suggestion for a VAT-report question general.help (the /chat assistant) is read-only, but it still gave per-transaction bokföringsförslag in prose and asked "godkänner du dessa?" — an analysis the user can't act on (no write tool, no per-tx underlag). Strengthen the prompt to redirect categorization/bokföring to the per-transaction flow (open the transaction -> "Fråga om denna transaktion", where the agent sees the underlag and stages a real ApprovalCard); a short overview is still allowed. Add a guard test locking in no-write-tools + the redirect language. Swap the /chat empty-state "Hjälp mig kategorisera" chip (which lured users into exactly this dead-end) for a VAT-report question the read-only assistant can actually answer. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(pending): declutter the review queue rows + header Fold the conversation deep-link onto the actor label (drop the separate "Konversation #xxxx" strip and its icon), hide the quick-pick when there's only one operation type (it duplicated "Markera alla"), and drop the "(0)" from the disabled bulk-approve button. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(vat): enhance VAT handling by integrating document validation and improving error messaging * feat(settings): add assistant knowledge surface + consolidate settings tabs Expose the agent's skill atoms (agent_atom_registry) in a read-only surface beside the existing memory view, and tighten the settings tab bar from 14 to 10 tabs. - New GET /api/agent/skills + AgentSkillsPanel: lists active, mcp_exposed atoms grouped by tier (Kärnkompetens / bransch / bolagssituation), flags which are active for the company from agent_profiles, and lazy-loads each SKILL.md body on expand. - New /settings/assistant tab with a Minne/Kompetens toggle (?view=skills); /settings/agent-memory and /settings/agent-skills redirect into it. - Merge Företagsprofil (TIC snapshot) into the Företag tab via CompanyProfileSection; /settings/company-profile redirects. - Merge Skatteverket-anslutningen into the Skatt tab — OAuth returnTo and the callback toast now target /settings/tax; /settings/skatteverket redirects. - Drop the Säkerhetsbackup tab (already under Importera/Exportera). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): keep booked underlag out of the unmatched queue + widen match window - categorize: after booking an inbox underlag onto a verifikat, backfill the inbox row's matched_transaction_id + created_journal_entry_id so it stops showing as unmatched (mirrors the /attach-document paperclip path). - TransactionMatchPicker: bias the candidate window forward (60d before → 180d after the invoice date) so late payments aren't dropped before scoring, and widen the ranking date tolerance to 120d so the true match floats to the top instead of collapsing to "Svag match". Fix "okatigoriserade" typo. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: bundle in-progress branch work + agent onboarding chat optimizations Captures the uncommitted work-in-progress on this branch so it lives on the remote. Heterogeneous changeset — bundled as one commit since the work was already entangled across files. Headline change in this commit (from this session): - Remove the double interview in agent onboarding. Phase B's verification- question form stepper is gone — the Phase C chat (onboarding.intake) now owns the entire interview and reads the composer's verification_questions server-side as its question bank. - ReviewCard collapses from 3 steps to 2 (meet → review-and-confirm) with value-first ordering: profile + "vad jag kan hjälpa dig med" + facts + optional seed note. CTA reads "Möt {namn}" to signal the chat follows. - ChatIntakeStarter handoff subcopy updated to match reality (assistant greets first; user can leave anytime). - Stamp agent_profiles.intake_completed_at server-side in app/api/agent/invoke/route.ts on the first user-typed reply in any onboarding.intake conversation (idempotent IS NULL guard, best-effort). Closes the previously dead-write column and unlocks the opportunistic- follow-up hook the migration anticipated. Plus in-progress branch work being carried forward (not introduced here): agent runtime + intent prompts, composer + atom-discovery scripts, MCP server skills surface, onboarding flow components, dashboard/inbox tweaks, two new agent_atom_registry migrations, additional agent-chat tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(agent): drop inline "Fråga assistenten" affordances — rely on the FAB The bottom-right "Fråga {namn}" FAB (AgentTrigger) is already route-aware and picks the right intent per page, so duplicating it as inline page- header buttons and empty-state links is noise. Removed: - EmptyState `agentHelp` link ("Eller fråga {namn} hur du kommer igång") + the AgentHelpLink component + agent_default_name/agent_ask_link i18n keys + the agentHelp props on EmptyInvoices/EmptyCustomers/EmptyTransactions. - AgentSparkleButton on /bookkeeping (verifikation.draft) and /kpi (kpi.explain) page headers. The FAB stays — when verified, it appears on those routes and routes to the right intent automatically. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): gate the last two ungated "Fråga assistenten" affordances Both surfaces previously called useAgentSheet directly without checking identity.isVerified, so they appeared pre-onboarding (everywhere else the FAB / sparkle buttons / /chat / Assistent nav are all gated on verified_at). - Settings page header: remove the "Fråga {namn}" pill entirely. The FAB covers /settings routes route-aware (settings.help) — no need for a duplicate inline trigger. - Invoice inbox transaction picker: hide the "Fråga assistenten" button when the agent isn't built. Done at the parent (InvoiceInboxWorkspace) by passing onAskAssistant only when identity.isVerified is true; the child renders the button only when the callback is present. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tic, onboarding, agent): single-call TIC lookup + director-aware narrative voice - TIC: collapse the company lookup from 6 endpoint calls to 1 (search-public already exposes sniCodes, bank accounts, emails, phones, and registration flags). Derive fiscal-year MM-DD from mostRecentFinancialSummary; newly-registered companies fall through to the client's first-year defaults. - Onboarding: BankID picker no longer auto-provisions companies. Every pick routes through the wizard with orgnr (and entity_type via the CompanyRoles match) prefilled; F-skatt/VAT/address get confirmed in steps 2-4 instead of being auto-fetched. createCompanyFromOnboarding reuses CompanyLookupResult and adds a defensive top-level catch so server-action errors surface to the UI instead of being redacted. - Agent composer: loadUserDirectorship() checks BankID CompanyRoles for a director-like position (ceo/boardMember/chairman/externalSignatory, active) before the narrative uses second-person ownership voice ("Du driver…"); unknown users get neutral third-person voice so we never put ownership words in the user's mouth. Tests cover loadUserDirectorship, narrative voice, tic-fetch path, onboarding page, and updated TIC client + lookup/profile suites. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): extend agent-onboarding TIC budget to 10s + backfill stranded org_numbers The 5s TIC fetch timeout aborted client-side before the upstream Lens fan-out (~13 calls) could complete, but the in-flight upstream calls still counted against quota — actions.ts already documents ~530 wasted calls from this in May. Same bug still applied to the agent-onboarding stream path. Adds an optional `timeoutMs` to `ensureTicSnapshot` so deliberate wait-screen callers (agent onboarding stream) can run with 10s while background/dev callers stay on the conservative 5s default. Page-level server fetch (page.tsx) intentionally stays at 5s to avoid blocking TTFB without a visible progress affordance. Backfill migration mirrors `company_settings.org_number` to `companies.org_number` for the 105 cases where it's safe (after dedup + conflict filtering). 56 of those are on active companies — unblocks duplicate guards, SIE/SRU exports, and TIC fallback chain. Zero TIC API calls — pure data move. Idempotent. Also sweeps a pre-existing SSRF guard on the stream route's origin derivation that was sitting unstaged in the working tree — it lives in the same diff hunks as the TIC budget change and couldn't be split cleanly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: bundle in-progress branch work Sweep up uncommitted agent/MCP/RLS work-in-progress so the branch is fully backed up to origin. Not reviewed in detail — committed as-is to preserve working state alongside the TIC fixes in the previous commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): tag the "Bygg din bokföringsassistent" CTA as Beta Adds a Beta badge next to the assistant-setup heading on the dashboard banner, dashboard inline card, and onboarding checklist row. Also drops the stale "Gratis i 30 dagar" subline from the dashboard card. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(build, migrations): PendingOperationType salary ops + resolve migration version collisions PR #584 went red on three things: 1. core-only build / Vercel: `lib/pending-operations/commit.ts:2666` switched on 'create_salary_run' and 'generate_agi' but `PendingOperationType` was missing both literals. Add them to the union. 2. Supabase preview: migration version 20260526120000 collided with main's newly-merged 20260526120000_fix_replace_sie_import_hard_delete.sql. Bump the branch's pair to 20260526120050 / 20260526120051 — still ahead of 20260526120100_restvardeavskrivning so ordering is preserved. 3. 20260527170000 was used twice on this branch (_agent_rls_with_check + _journal_entry_no_doc_required). Bump the second to 20260527170100 so the pair stays orderable and Supabase doesn't choke on the duplicate schema_migrations PK. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ci): reword comment so core-only guard stops flagging it The "Check no core imports from extensions" step greps for the literal \`from '@/extensions/\` across lib/, app/api/, components/. A comment in lib/agent/composer/tic-fetch.ts quoted the exact pattern verbatim to explain *why* the file does a self-fetch instead of importing the TIC extension directly — which the grep matched even though no actual import exists. Rewrite the line to keep the same meaning without the literal pattern. Fix/chrome pdf preview csp (#572)
* feat: add option to exclude year-end closing entries in SIE export and related reports * delete docs * fix: allow Chrome's PDF viewer in verifikat document preview The /api/documents/:id/inline route shipped with `object-src 'none'` in its CSP, which blocked Chrome's built-in PDF viewer (it renders inline PDFs via an internal <embed>). Users on Chrome saw "Det här innehållet har blockerats" when expanding a PDF attachment in the bookkeeping view; Firefox (PDF.js) and Edge (own viewer) were unaffected, and JPGs worked because <img> isn't subject to object-src. Drops the CSP for this route to the minimum needed for embeddability: `frame-ancestors 'self'`. X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff plus the fixed Content-Type from the handler already block MIME confusion; X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN + frame-ancestors still block clickjacking. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(auth): add webmail deep link to email confirmation screens Mirrors Stripe's signup UX: after asking the user to verify their email, detect their webmail provider from the domain and show a button that opens the inbox in a new tab. Gmail gets a from:<sender> search pre-populated; Outlook/Yahoo/iCloud/Proton open the inbox directly. Unknown / custom domains fall back to the existing copy. Sender address is configurable via NEXT_PUBLIC_BRANDING_AUTH_EMAIL_FROM (default noreply@gnubok.se) so white-label installs can match their Supabase Auth SMTP config. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): unblock first-time password set for BankID users with MFA Supabase rejects updateUser({password}) and mfa.unenroll with "AAL2 session is required" whenever a TOTP factor is enrolled. BankID magic-link logins produce AAL1, and middleware skips MFA enforcement for bankid_linked users, so they had no path to AAL2 — leaving them unable to set a backup password or disable MFA without going through the email-recovery escape hatch. - /api/account/password: branch on app_metadata.has_password. First-time set writes via service.auth.admin.updateUserById (no existing credential to protect, AAL2 guard does not apply). Change-password keeps the user-session updateUser so AAL2 still fires for credential rotation. - /mfa/verify: accept a safeReturnTo query param and route there after successful verify, so step-up flows can land back where they came from. - SecuritySettings: detect the AAL2 error from both change-password and mfa.unenroll and redirect through /mfa/verify?returnTo=/settings/account instead of toasting a dead-end error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add tests and rounding utility for öre precision in bokslut calculations - Implemented `roundOre` function for rounding SEK amounts to two decimal places, ensuring consistent monetary calculations. - Introduced `ORE_TOLERANCE` constant for comparing rounded amounts, facilitating invariant checks in financial entries. - Created comprehensive tests for `roundOre`, covering typical cases, edge cases, and idempotency. - Added year-end invariants tests to verify database-level guarantees for closing entries, ensuring they balance to the öre and reject discrepancies. - Developed end-to-end tests for the dispositions chain, validating the correctness of calculations across various scenarios. * fix: update PDF rendering to remove Swish QR code generation and set default to disable Swish visibility * fix: enhance security by rejecting data URIs in safeReturnTo function tests * fix: improve rounding logic in roundOre function and add customer_type migration * fix: add customer_type column to customers and enforce CHECK constraint --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Inbox page-count gate + DataList/DropdownMenu primitives (#554)
* feat(inbox): skip AI extraction for multi-page PDFs (#553) Bedrock churns for minutes on multi-page PDFs (sales reports, bank statements, contracts) and returns nothing useful. Above 3 pages we now skip extraction entirely and mark the row with extraction_skipped=true; the document still lands in the inbox and can be attached or converted manually. Same gate applies to the /items/:id/attach path. Client can also opt out via skip_extraction=true (skip_reason=client_opt_out). The InvoiceInboxWorkspace renders an "Inte AI-tolkad" badge for skipped rows, distinct from the "Felaktig" failure state (status='error'). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(ui): introduce DataList + DropdownMenu primitives, roll out across list pages DataList replaces the per-row Card pattern across Granskning, Transactions, Invoices, Supplier invoices, and Pending. One bordered container with hairline rows matches the flat-with-hairlines aesthetic in CLAUDE.md — no shadows, no state-tinted borders, secondary token for selected/hover. DropdownMenu fills the gap for row-level action menus on TransactionInboxCard, TransactionHistoryList, and the page-level action menus on /transactions and /pending. Replaces ad-hoc Popover + buttons constructions. Migrates list pages and the transaction inbox/history components onto the new primitives. No behavior change beyond the visual unification. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: add agent skills + gnubok domain skills, gitignore compliance reports .agents/skills/ + skills-lock.json + symlinks under .claude/skills/ check in the vercel-labs/agent-skills set pinned by the local skill manager (deploy-to-vercel, vercel-cli-with-tokens, react-best-practices, composition-patterns, react-native-skills, react-view-transitions, web-design-guidelines). Keeps the team on the same versions. .claude/skills/industry/ + .claude/skills/modifier/ are hand-authored vertical and entity-modifier skills for the specialized accountant agent — industries (konsult-it, e-handel, bygg-hantverk, reklambyra, saas-ai) and entity overlays (holding-ab, single-shareholder-ab-fmb, mixed- verksamhet). Project-owned content; lives in the repo by design. Also gitignores .compliance-reports/ — those are large generated SARIF/dossier artifacts from the compliance scanner. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(transactions): unify inbox/history chrome, drop swipe flow The transactions page mixed two-tier filtering, a swipe-view detour, and per-row Card chrome that didn't carry its weight. This pass collapses those into a single editorial-list surface and removes the unused swipe path entirely. User-visible changes: - Mode toggle (Att bokföra / Alla transaktioner) moved from a Tabs row under the header into a dropdown to the right of a unified search bar. Search now persists when switching modes. - Removed the swipe categorization view ("Gå igenom alla") and its trigger button. The 800-line SwipeCategorizationView component is deleted; suggestion-fetching shrinks to what the template picker still consumes. - Inbox rows now show one primary action: invoice/supplier-invoice match shortcut when auto-detected, else "Bokför". A new visible Link2 icon button opens the customer or supplier invoice picker manually (chosen by amount sign). Delete becomes a plain trash button — no overflow menu since it only ever held one item. - Bulk action bar swaps "Markera som privat" for "Ta bort" with a single combined confirmation. - Built SupplierInvoicePicker mirroring InvoicePicker so expense transactions can be matched to supplier invoices from the inbox. Wired through /api/transactions/{id}/match-supplier-invoice. - Template picker dialog renamed to "Bokför transaktion"; "Bokför manuellt…" and "Matcha med faktura…" promoted from muted ghost buttons at the bottom to outline buttons at the top, above the template list. - Breathing room: row padding py-3 → py-4, primary text text-sm → text-base, amount text-base, button heights h-8 → h-9, trailing gap-2 → gap-3 (in the DataList primitive itself, so every list benefits slightly). 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: align package-lock.json with merged package.json The merge resolution took origin/main's package-lock.json (which dropped pdf-lib) but kept our package.json (which still requires pdf-lib for the invoice-inbox extension's PDFDocument import). `npm ci` rejected the mismatch. Regenerate the lock from the merged package.json so both files agree. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: regenerate package-lock.json with npm@10 for CI compat Local npm@11 produced a lock that npm@10 (CI) rejected with "Missing: @swc/helpers@0.5.21". Regenerated with npm@10 --package-lock-only so CI can install. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): supplier-invoice status-leak guard + drop dead prop Two follow-ups from the merge-risk audit: - SupplierInvoicePicker now mirrors InvoicePicker's status-leak guard: if a supplier invoice is still 'approved'/'overdue' but already has a payment voucher attached (journal_entry_id on supplier_invoice_payments), hide it. Closes a UX race window between payment and status flip. Partially-paid invoices still pass through. - Drop the unused onMarkPrivate prop on TransactionInboxCard and the matching handleMarkPrivate wrapper in the parent. Both became dead when the swipe-categorisation flow was removed. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

UX polish bundle: Enable Banking lookback + sync progress, invoice inbox, matching previews (#548)
* fix(import): dedup opening-balance rows when account numbers differ only in whitespace The parser's merge map keyed on the post-strip account_number, but rows like "1930", " 1930 " and "1.930" could leak as separate entries when the upstream string contained non-breaking spaces or zero-width chars that the old .replace(/[^0-9]/g, '') ran on already-stripped output. Strip those explicitly in the raw string and use /\D/g for the digit extraction. Also adds defense-in-depth dedup inside OpeningBalanceEditStep so any duplicates that survive the parser collapse before the user sees them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(enable-banking): anchor lookback picker to fiscal year, not days Replaces the 90/180/365 days dropdown on the account-selection screen with three explicit modes: - "Senaste 90 dagar (snabbt)" — fastest path, matches PSD2 ceiling - "Sedan räkenskapsårets början" (default) — resolves via fiscal_year_start_month, surfaces the literal date inline - "Anpassat datum" — free date picker OR "Föregående räkenskapsårets start" When the resulting range exceeds 90 days, the picker now surfaces a quiet helper that points users at the SIE/bankfil import for older history, so they don't waste an account-selection round-trip discovering that banks usually cap at ~90 days. The PATCH /accounts handler accepts initial_lookback_from_date alongside initial_lookback_days; the new helper getCurrentFiscalYearStart() in lib/company/fiscal-year.ts is reused. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(enable-banking): dedicated sync progress modal replaces silent spinner After the user confirms account selection, transactions fetch in the background for 30–60 seconds. Previously this showed only the Spara-button spinner with no indication of duration or what was happening — users described being stuck on the page. The new BankSyncProgressDialog opens immediately on Save, lists the enabled accounts being synced, and disables manual close until the PATCH resolves. On completion it shows the imported count and the actual date range the bank returned, plus an amber escape hatch to SIE/bankfil import when the returned range was truncated by >7 days from what was requested. Failure path surfaces in the same modal rather than as a destructive toast that disappears. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(invoice-inbox): drop duplicate Skapa leverantör button The inbox detail panel had its own supplier-creation button that fired /api/suppliers + match-supplier. The same action is reachable from the supplier-invoice form's "Skapa & välj" card (showAISupplierHint), which also prefills more fields. The duplicate button is gone; a quiet inline hint replaces it so the user still knows why no supplier matched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ui(invoice-inbox): surface currency and totals above the long metadata tail Move Valuta / Totalt / Moms in FIELD_DEFS so they sit immediately under Leverantör / Org.nr / VAT-nr. These are the fields the user reads first when triaging an inbox item; burying them after nine metadata fields forces unnecessary scrolling on every single invoice. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoice-inbox): accept .eml forwards and log rejected attachments Gmail's "Forward as attachment" packages the original email as message/rfc822, which our MIME allowlist silently dropped. Adds mailparser so we can unwrap the inner attachments and ingest them under the inner email's subject/from. Also persists every rejected attachment as an invoice_inbox_items row with status='error', so users can see what was dropped instead of guessing why nothing showed up in their inbox. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): redirect back to inbox after creating from invoice-inbox When the leverantörsfaktura form is opened from an invoice-inbox item, every successful create previously kicked the user out to /supplier-invoices or the just-created invoice's detail page — derailing the "process the next document" workflow. The Tillbaka button likewise routed to the supplier-invoice list rather than the inbox they came from. Adds an afterCreate helper that lands inbox-originated submissions at /e/general/invoice-inbox and preserves the original target everywhere else. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ui(pending): show transaction/document context for match-and-attach reviews The granskning page previously rendered attach_document_to_transaction and match_transaction_invoice operations through the generic key/value preview, so reviewers saw "document file name: Faktura.pdf / transaction amount: -216 USD" without any visual indication of which two things were being paired. The MCP tool already returns enriched preview data; we just needed dedicated layouts. Adds: - AttachDocumentPreview — two-card layout (Transaktion | Dokument) with a "Visa dokument" button that fetches a signed download URL on demand - MatchTransactionInvoicePreview — same layout (Transaktion | Faktura) - DocumentViewButton — reusable signed-URL opener Also tightens the matching tools' descriptions so AI clients are nudged to verify human-readable context before staging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address PR #548 review feedback - invoice-inbox: hoist mailparser to a static import. The extension system generates a static import tree via setup:extensions and disallows dynamic imports — await import('mailparser') worked in dev but could fail in production standalone builds. - enable-banking AccountPickerDialog: guard the Save path when "Anpassat datum" + "Specifikt datum" is selected with an empty date. Without this, lookback.body resolves to null and the PATCH silently falls back to the backend's 120-day default, ignoring the user's intent. - enable-banking BankSyncProgressDialog: drop the empty-body useEffect. Close-prevention is already handled inline via the onOpenChange guard + onPointerDownOutside + onEscapeKeyDown handlers. - lib/company/fiscal-year: pin both operands of daysBetween() to UTC when parsing ISO date strings. Mixing a UTC-parsed date with new Date() (local time) drifts by one day in any timezone east of UTC. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address compliance swarm + Swedish review feedback Three actionable items from the post-fix compliance scan; the rest were false positives or out of scope. - enable-banking PATCH /accounts: reject future initial_lookback_from_date with 400 instead of silently falling through to the 120-day default. Compliance V2.2. - AttachDocumentPreview: promote the overwrite warning to a destructive banner with BFL 7 kap context when the existing document is marked as räkenskapsinformation. A muted footnote was too easy to skip past for a verifikationsunderlag replacement. - MatchTransactionInvoicePreview: surface transaction_date + invoice_date in the staged preview so reviewers can spot date drift before approving (BFL 5 kap 6§ — verifikation date must align with affärshändelse). Also shows a quiet hint when the two dates differ by > 31 days. Tool's SELECT + stage payload extended accordingly. Skipped (with rationale): - V5.3 inner.filename path traversal — lib/core/documents/document-service.ts already sanitizes filenames before constructing storage paths. - V5.2 magic-number MIME — pre-existing pattern for all email attachments; scope is codebase-wide. - V1.2 att.id composite ID — only used as a DB column value, never a path. - V13.1 / CM-8 SBOM/SCA — repository-wide policy, not this PR. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address second-round compliance + Swedish review feedback Compliance Swarm (defense-in-depth + valid finds): - invoice-inbox: sanitise .eml inner attachment filenames and content-types before they flow into uploadAndExtract or the raw_email_payload JSONB. document-service already strips bad chars before constructing storage paths, but the swarm flagged the upstream input as unsanitised — easier to add a thin sanitiseFilename/sanitiseMime layer than to argue about defense-in-depth. Caps lengths too. - DocumentViewButton: validate documentId as a UUID before interpolating into /api/documents/:id — staged preview_data is Record<string, unknown> on the wire, so refusing junk early gives a clearer error and keeps the internal API from seeing oddly-shaped path segments. (Compliance V1.2.) Swedish review: - MatchTransactionInvoicePreview: drop the BFL 5 kap 6§ citation from the date-drift hint — that section governs verifikationsinnehåll, not a 31-day tolerance. The hint stays (the practical concern is real) but no longer pretends to quote a legislated threshold. - fiscal-year: document the implicit assumption that entity_type reflects the company's current tax-year status, not a mid-conversion state. Skipped (with rationale): - V5.2 magic-number MIME — pre-existing pattern across all email attachments. - A.8.12 signed URL via window.open — pre-existing pattern shared with JournalEntryAttachments.tsx; refactor to server-side redirect is broader scope. - A.8.15 logRejection failure path — pre-existing console.error pattern. - CC9.2 mailparser vendor review / SBOM — out of PR scope. - CC6.1 IDOR — /api/documents/:id already enforces company_id; false positive. - Swedish #1 räkenskapsinformation flag origin — server-side already derives the flag from document_attachments.journal_entry_id in the staging tool; not caller-trusted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): fail-safe BFL warning + preserve merge validation errors Two findings from the third compliance pass; both worth addressing. - AttachDocumentPreview: treat an absent existing_document_is_rakenskapsinformation flag as räkenskapsinformation rather than as "safe to overwrite". The MCP staging tool sets the flag deterministically from document_attachments.journal_entry_id today, but a future code path that forgets it would silently downgrade the BFL 7 kap warning. Only an explicit `=== false` from the server keeps the muted note path. - Opening-balance merge: union validation_errors when collapsing duplicate account_number rows, both in the parser and the EditStep useState initializer. Previously a warning that fired on row 5 (e.g. BAS-class mismatch) was silently dropped if row 2 of the same account had no error, risking misclassified IB data downstream. Added a parser test covering the union behaviour for two rows of a class-3 (resultatkonto) account. refactor(ui): app-wide UI/UX consistency pass (#436)
* refactor(ui): app-wide UI/UX consistency pass
Net: +1,159 / −1,373 LOC across 77 files. No new features, no behavior
changes. Locks in a uniform design system across every dashboard surface.
What changed:
- **Foundation**: sidebar width 232→256px (md:w-64), spacing scale locked
(Tailwind 1/2/3/4/6/8/10/12; 2.5/5 forbidden), card padding p-6 default
(p-4 for compact metric cards), space-y-8 between page sections.
- **Tables unified**: all 33 thead blocks now share the Resultatrapport
pattern via shadcn Table primitive (text-[11px] font-medium uppercase
tracking-wider text-muted-foreground). Hand-rolled <table> instances
converted where they were data tables; form/edit grids kept distinct.
- **Status badges unified**: every status indicator routes through
shadcn <Badge variant>. Eliminated raw Tailwind colors
(bg-amber-100, bg-emerald-500/10, bg-blue-100, bg-purple-100, etc.)
in favor of the gnubok semantic palette (success=sage, warning=ochre,
destructive=terracotta).
- **Empty states unified**: list pages migrated from hand-rolled
"flex flex-col items-center py-12" divs to the EmptyState primitive.
- **Loading skeletons unified**: hand-rolled bg-muted rounded animate-pulse
divs replaced with shadcn <Skeleton> across 15 files.
- **Touch targets**: 6 back-buttons + edit-pencil + inbox delete bumped
from 24/32/36px to shadcn's 40px icon default. Added aria-labels on
9 icon-only navigation buttons.
- **Date formatting**: formatDate() for accounting data (ISO yyyy-MM-dd,
table-friendly) vs formatDateLong() for metadata (Swedish long form).
Raw {x.invoice_date} renderings routed through formatDate() in 18 sites.
- **Toast titles**: eliminated 33 generic "Fel" titles. Each toast title
now carries the action ("Kunde inte skapa lönekörning" etc.) with
description carrying the error detail.
- **Page-level cleanups**:
- Dashboard: dropped greeting hero + Snabbåtgärder/Att hantera nav
duplicates + Visa detaljer collapsible.
- Reports: 5-col mega-menu replaced with left-rail layout
(new ReportsNav component).
- Bookkeeping: fixed layout jump between Verifikationer/Ny verifikation
tabs (moved FiscalYearSelector inside journal tab).
- Bookkeeping: added voucher sort (A1 first / latest first) alongside
existing date sort. Required matching API param sort_by.
- KPI page: FiscalYearSelector instead of raw <select>; InfoTooltip
instead of inline info-button toggle; bigger numbers.
- Salary section: enum values translated to Swedish labels, mobile
table collapses to Anställd+Netto on <md, KPI typography aligned
with dashboard.
- Invoice forms: styled RequiredMark + aria-required, tabular-nums
on amount inputs.
- **CLAUDE.md**: new "Design System Tokens" subsection documents the
locked spacing scale, primitives table, typography rules, date helpers,
and forbidden patterns so future contributors don't drift.
Tests: 2,906 passing (unchanged). Lint: unchanged from main baseline.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix: address PR review feedback (Greptile + compliance bot)
- **formatDate / formatDateLong timezone fix**: switch from new Date() to
parseISO. Bare yyyy-MM-dd strings are now parsed as local midnight rather
than UTC midnight, eliminating the off-by-one display in west-of-UTC
timezones flagged by Greptile.
- **DashboardContentProps cleanup**: removed unused firstName and settings
fields from the interface, and the corresponding fetch (profiles table)
+ computation in app/(dashboard)/page.tsx. The greeting was dropped in
the dashboard cleanup; these props were dead weight.
- **Voucher sort behavior documented**: extended the comment in the journal
entries API route to explain why voucher sort intentionally uses strict
fiscal_period_id filtering (BFL 5 kap 6–7 §§ — voucher numbers are
series-scoped within a fiscal year). The row-count delta between date
sort and voucher sort is now a documented design choice.
- **delete_last_voucher migration + draft-delete test included**: the UI
already shipped the "Radera utkast" path in the previous commit; this
pulls in the backing RPC migration that allows draft deletes (with the
full safety logic — drafts skip series/period checks since they have
voucher_number=0, posted entries go through the existing unchanged
path). This was originally meant for a separate PR but the UI shipped
half the feature without it.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* chore(migration): rename to match applied version
The function delete_last_voucher is already applied to the production DB
under version 20260509103736 (verified via pg_get_functiondef — exact
byte-for-byte match to file content). The previous file timestamp
20260509120000 would cause a fresh `supabase db push` to attempt re-applying
under a different version row. Renaming the file aligns local tracking
with what the database actually has.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix: address compliance bot findings (payroll label + VAT visibility)
- sick_karens label: drop "(första sjukdagen)" qualifier. Per sjuklönelagen
6 §, karensavdrag is a single calculated amount (20% of one week's
sjuklön) deducted from the first sick day's pay — not bounded to the
first day. The qualifier could mislead users when the first sick day
and return-to-work span a weekend. Swedish-payroll bot recommendation.
- Omvänd skattskyldighet badge: variant outline → warning. The reverse-
charge indicator is compliance-critical (ML 16 kap) — missing it leads
to incorrect input VAT deduction. Outline was too subtle; warning's
ochre fill matches its semantic weight.

Logs/improved logging (#398)
* feat(mcp): add create_transactions tool with /pending approval gate New MCP tool gnubok_create_transactions stages 1–10 transactions per call as pending_operations of type create_transaction (risk: medium). Each item becomes its own card on /pending; on confirm, the executor inserts the row into transactions with import_source='mcp' so MCP-staged ingestion is distinguishable from PSD2 sync. Designed for skill workflows that pull external data (e.g., Airtable) and want the user to gate the writes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bas): strip concatenated group headers from corrupted account names A chart-data import bug had glued the next group's header onto the last account in each preceding group across all eight bas-data class files (e.g. account 2670 read "Utgående moms på försäljning inom EU, OSS 27 PERSONALENS SKATTER, AVGIFTER OCH LÖNEAVDRAG"). The corrupted names surface in transaction dropdowns, ledgers, SIE exports and årsredovisning, and risk VAT miscategorization on the OSS (2670) and blandad-verksamhet (6999) accounts specifically. - Cleans 69 account_name and 64 description fields across class-1..8 files - Adds a regression test asserting no name contains a concatenated header - Ships an idempotent safety-net migration that updates already-seeded chart_of_accounts rows, gated on the corrupted string so user customizations are preserved Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(errors): add structured error codes and handling for various operations - Introduced a new structured error registry in `structured-errors.ts` to standardize error handling across the application. - Added Swedish and English messages for various error scenarios, including validation, authorization, and bookkeeping errors. - Implemented a client-side error toast in `use-error-toast.ts` to display user-friendly error messages with remediation hints. - Created a wrapper for recording operation outcomes in `record-operation.ts`, enhancing audit capabilities for operations. - Developed a provider call wrapper in `with-provider-call.ts` to handle external HTTP calls with structured logging and error mapping. - Added a new SQL migration to extend the processing history with new event types and aggregate types for better operational telemetry. * Refactor supplier API routes to use context-based logging and error handling - Replaced direct Supabase client usage in GET and POST routes with context-based approach using `withRouteContext`. - Enhanced error handling to provide structured error responses for supplier creation and listing. - Updated logging to include request IDs for better traceability. - Introduced new error codes for supplier-related operations. - Refactored tax deadlines cron job to utilize context and improved error handling. - Updated ESLint configuration to enforce logging practices across API and lib directories. - Enhanced arcim migration extension with structured error handling and logging. - Added classification for provider errors to improve user-facing error messages. - Introduced request ID in extension context for better log correlation. * fix(route-context): update DynamicParams type for improved type safety in route handlers * feat(transactions): add 'create_transaction' operation to PendingOperationType * fix(route): ensure companyId is non-nullable in loadAndDeriveAbsence function * fix(route-context): ensure companyId is always non-null by short-circuiting with COMPANY_CONTEXT_MISSING --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(mcp): correct fiscal_periods column ref + remove agent auto-commit (#394)
* fix(mcp): correct fiscal_periods column ref + remove agent auto-commit The MCP `gnubok_list_fiscal_periods` tool selected a non-existent `fiscal_periods.status` column, causing `column fiscal_periods.status does not exist` errors when agents called it. Fixed by selecting the real columns (`is_closed`, `locked_at`, `closed_at`, `opening_balances_set`) and deriving `status` in code. Also removes the agent auto-commit feature (settings card, gating logic, DB columns, tests). In its current shape only `create_customer` was auto-commitable, so the toggle changed nothing meaningful in practice while implying a level of agent autonomy that wasn't actually granted. The risk-tier infrastructure on `pending_operations` (actor model, risk_level) is kept since it's still used by the /pending UI filters. Migration `20260505120000_drop_agent_auto_commit.sql` drops: - pending_operations.auto_commit_eligible - pending_operations.auto_committed_at - company_settings.agent_auto_commit_enabled - company_settings.agent_auto_commit_max_amount Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): explicitly pick fields in gnubok_list_fiscal_periods response Greptile flagged that `...p` spreads raw DB columns (`is_closed`, `locked_at`, `closed_at`) into the tool response alongside the derived `status`. Drop the spread for an explicit field list so the tool contract is the derived status only — agents don't need to reason about raw columns, and future SELECT additions won't silently leak. Also drops `closed_at` from the SELECT since it wasn't read.
