MattssonandClaude Fable 5.1 b68c082ef5 feat(bank-sync): close the F2 report: gap backfill, consent and paused chip states, agent-triggered sync (#2165)
* fix(bank-sync): cron backfills the gap since the last successful sync

The daily incremental sync always asked the bank for the last 7 days. Any
pause longer than that (a lapsed subscription paid again, a consent renewed
after expiry, an outage) silently lost the days in between: the connection
came back, looked healthy, and the missing transactions never arrived.

The lookback now widens to cover the gap since last_synced_at plus one day
of overlap, capped at the 90-day PSD2 limit, and a gap of a month or more
asks for strategy=longest like the manual sync route does. Dedup via
external_id makes the overlap harmless. First syncs keep their 90-day path.

* feat(bank-sync): chip warns seven days before a bank consent expires

The transactions-page chip only reacted once a connection was already dead
(expired/error) or had gone stale. A consent that is about to end looked
healthy until the morning it stopped syncing. New "expiring" state when a
live connection's consent_expires is within seven days, the same threshold
as the consent-expiry email in the sync cron. Precedence: attention,
expiring, stale, healthy.

getChipState moves to lib/transactions/bank-sync-chip-state.ts so the
precedence is unit-tested; the component keeps the rendering only.

* feat(bank-sync): chip says paused when the subscription lapsed

The daily cron filters connections by the bank_sync capability, so a
company whose trial or subscription ended keeps status=active rows with a
frozen last_synced_at. The chip read that as "stale, check the connection",
which sends the user to re-authorise a connection that is perfectly alive.
56 of 191 active connections on prod were in this state on 2026-09-01.

New "paused" state, ranked above everything else, when the company lacks
bank_sync: hosted points at billing, self-host at the connector key, the
same split BankSyncNowButton already makes. getChipState takes an options
object so the clock stays out of render (react-hooks/purity).

* feat(api): agent-triggerable bank sync in v1 and MCP

Closes the first wish in the F2 report: an integration could read bank
data but never refresh it. New POST /api/v1/companies/{id}/bank-connections/
{connectionId}/sync and MCP gnubok_sync_bank, both on a shared runner
(extensions/general/enable-banking/lib/trigger-sync.ts).

Cost is bounded structurally, not by policy: the window is never
caller-controlled (the cron's gap-aware 7 to 90 day lookback), a connection
synced within 15 minutes answers BANK_SYNC_COOLDOWN with next_allowed_at
(429 + Retry-After on v1; synced=false in-band on MCP so the agent reads on
instead of retrying), and a failing connection is throttled per process by
attempt time. A dead session is flipped to expired with a remediation that
hands the user the connect link: no API call revives a consent.

Gated on bank_sync like gnubok_connect_bank; scope transactions:write.
Registry, scope map, load-routes, spec snapshot and the generated
accounted-api skill updated; five BANK_SYNC_* / BANK_SESSION_EXPIRED codes
added to the structured-error registry. The web Synka-nu route is left as
is (see DECISIONS.md).

* test(bank-sync): use the options object in the remaining chip-state calls

Four multi-line calls still passed the clock positionally after
getChipState moved to an options object; tsc flagged them (vitest did not,
the extra argument was ignored at runtime).

* fix(api): address skeptic findings on the agent-triggered bank sync

Three refutations from the pre-publish skeptic pass:

1. Core imported the extension. The v1 sync route pulled the runner
straight from @/extensions, which the core-build gate rejects and which
left a live bank endpoint on zero-extension builds. The route now
resolves it through the registry's services channel against a contract
in lib/bank-sync/trigger-sync-contract.ts (same pattern as the
Skatteverket read service) and answers EXTENSION_DISABLED when the
   extension is absent.

2. The idempotency cache stored the handler-level 429. A same-key retry
after Retry-After, which is the documented retry, replayed the stale
   cooldown as a 400 for the cache's 24-hour TTL. withApiV1 no longer
caches 429 responses; regression test added. The endpoint's pitfall no
longer claims Idempotency-Key is mandatory (it was never enforced).

3. Two cron tests read the clock twice and failed whenever a millisecond
passed between the reads. They now pin the clock with fake timers.

* fix(bank-sync): durable cooldown lease and review wording

Resolves the PR #2165 review findings in one pass.

Superagent P1: the attempt throttle was a process-local Map, so two agent
calls on different serverless instances (or a retry after a cold start on
a failing connection) could each bill an Enable Banking call, contradicting
the one-sync-per-15-minutes promise. New bank_connections.sync_lease_until
(migration 20260902150000), claimed with one conditional UPDATE before the
bank is called; Postgres row locking makes exactly one claimer win, the
rest answer BANK_SYNC_COOLDOWN. The lease stays for the full window on
success and failure. Tests cover the claim order, a failed attempt seen
from a second instance, a lost race, and an expired lease.

CodeRabbit: the =1 plural branch now reads "in 1 day" / "om 1 dag"
(daysUntilConsentExpiry rounds a partial day up, so "tomorrow" could be
today); the cooldown pitfall on the v1 endpoint, the MCP description and
the in-band cooldown instruction now say a cooldown can follow a failed
attempt and tell the agent to compare last_synced_at before deciding.

* fix(bank-sync): lease claim as a literal filter for the schema guard

CI's no-phantom-columns guard counts runtime-built query expressions and
its ceiling is exact; the templated `.or('sync_lease_until.is.null,...')`
claim added one. The column now defaults to epoch (NOT NULL), so "never
claimed" is just "expired long ago" and the atomic claim is a single
literal `.lte('sync_lease_until', now)` the guard can check. Migration is
unshipped (same PR), so it is edited in place.

* fix(bank-sync): runner verifies company membership before the lease

Superagent (round 3): the MCP path reached the shared runner without a
membership check of its own. Both callers do enforce it upstream
(withApiV1's company resolution and resolveMcpCompanyContext in the MCP
dispatcher), but the runner writes transactions and bills a bank call, so
it now checks company_members itself, before the cooldown and the lease
claim, and answers NOT_FOUND for a non-member. The viewer check that was
buried inside the sync block moves up with it.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 cd40127f0e feat(bank): expose bank-reported balance (booked + available) in UI, reconciliation, MCP and v1 API (#2118)
* feat(bank): expose bank-reported balance (booked + available) in UI, reconciliation, MCP and v1 API

The PSD2 sync has fetched the bank's reported balance for years but the
data was stranded (F7): the Bank-page source picker read a cash_accounts
column no sync ever updated (frozen at connect time), reconciliation
hard-coded external_balance to null for bank accounts, and neither MCP
nor the v1 API exposed any balance at all, so the only path to a current
bank balance was logging into the bank.

- getAccountBalance now returns booked + available from the same
quota-limited BALANCES response (previously all but one type discarded)
- every sync (manual + cron) mirrors balance, available_balance and
balance_updated_at into cash_accounts, fixing the stale picker
- new cash_accounts.available_balance column (additive migration)
- reconciliation bank kind: external_balance = bank-reported balance,
  plus bank_reported_* fields and fetch timestamp in the bank block;
difference math stays movement-based and untouched
- reconciliation view shows "Saldo enligt banken ... hamtat {date}"
- MCP gnubok_list_cash_accounts returns the three balance fields; the
cash_today prompt now reports the bank's figure instead of teaching
agents to answer with the bookkept 19xx balance
- new GET /api/v1/companies/{companyId}/cash-accounts endpoint

* fix(bank): keep external_balance null for bank sign-offs; never fabricate a zero balance; guard the mirror against stale writers

Post-review fixes from the skeptic pass + CodeRabbit on PR #2118:

- external_balance stays null for the bank reconciliation kind: sign-off
persists it into account_reconciliations and bokslutsbilagor computes
closing - external from that row, so a today-balance stored on a
balansdag sign-off printed a phantom warning-red differens in the
year-end appendix. The bank-reported figure lives only in the
timestamped bank_reported_* pair in the bank block, and only when its
fetch timestamp exists (a balance of unknown age is suppressed).
- AccountOverview no longer falls back to today's date when the balance
timestamp is missing; the line is omitted instead.
- getAccountBalance returns null on an empty BALANCES response instead
of fabricating amount 0 with a fresh timestamp; sync keeps the
  previous stored value.
- updateBalancesFromSync only writes over an older-or-missing
balance_updated_at, so an older sync run finishing later cannot move
  the mirrored balance backwards.
- The inline initial backfill (picker save) now mirrors fetched
balances into cash_accounts too (accounts_data is deliberately not
  re-written there).
- cash_today MCP prompt mentions the gnubok_call_tool bridge for hosts
that only see the default catalog.

* fix(bank): express the stale-writer guard as two literal predicates for the schema guard

The .or() with a template literal pushed the no-phantom-columns
unresolvable-expression count over its ceiling. Same semantics, two
updates: one for rows with an older timestamp, one for rows with none.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 fa69174aa0 fix(bank): never pre-check or mirror another company's accounts in the EB callback (#2116)
* fix(bank): never pre-check or mirror another company's accounts in the EB callback

At one-session banks (SEB) the PSU's single consent can cover accounts a
sibling company books. The OAuth callback stored whatever the session
returned into the active company: all pre-enabled, mirrored into its
cash_accounts, ledgers allocated from its chart: one 'Spara val' away
from booking another aktiebolag's transactions (user report F1,
2026-09-01).

The deliberate reuse path (findReusableSessions) already guards claimed
IBANs; the callback now runs the same check via
fetchCrossCompanyAccountContext:

- accounts claimed by another of the user's companies are stored
disabled + flagged (claimed_by_company_*), skipped by the
cash_accounts mirror, and the picker names the claiming company
- a 'Synkas ej' deselection made on any other connection row is carried
onto fresh rows (the recurring came-back-pre-checked complaint, C2)
- lookup failure fails closed: new accounts stored deselected
- accounts the row itself already carried keep their own state, so a
renewal can never switch a working feed off

* fix(bank): close the skeptic-found holes in the cross-company claim guard

Consolidated fixes from the three-skeptic review of PR #2116 (all three
refuted the first cut):

- Active-company standing state (enabled cash_accounts + enabled
accounts on its live-ish connection rows) now outranks sibling claims
  company-wide, not row-wide: a bank-list renewal arrives on a FRESH row
with no priors, and the old row-local check would have let a sibling
claim switch a working feed off while supersede demoted its cash row.
- pending_selection rows no longer claim accounts or feed deselection
memory: their flags are unconfirmed callback output (including this
guard's own fail-closed writes), so an abandoned picker or a transient
lookup error can no longer poison later connects.
- Guard-disabled accounts are never mirrored from the callback:
  upsertFromPsd2 with enabled:false for a new-to-row account could
promote the seeded primary 1930 manual row and flip it to disabled
  under a foreign identity.
- The selection save skips ledger allocation and the cash_accounts
mirror for disabled never-mirrored accounts, so 'no cash row, no 19xx
slot burned' holds past the mandatory Spara val, and strips the
claimed_by_*/deselected flags when the user deliberately enables an
  account.
- Deselection carry is no longer silent: deselected_elsewhere flag +
  picker note 'Tidigare bortvald'.
- Claim lookups paginate via fetchAllRows: the bare select's silent
1000-row PostgREST cap failed open for exactly the multi-company
  consultants the guard exists for.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0197wmwP6zNaYvsGfbZuQHGA

* fix(bank): claim-guard round 2: pending_selection claims asymmetrically, paged reads ordered

Skeptic re-verification of 25a339810 found two holes:

- Excluding pending_selection rows from claims reopened the
attach-to-picker window: an attach-created row holds deliberately
offered enabled accounts with no cash_accounts rows until its picker
is saved, and a full-OAuth connect in another company inside that
window could take the same physical account. Enabled accounts on
pending_selection rows claim again; their disabled flags still stay
out of the deselection memory (unconfirmed callback output, including
  the guard's own fail-closed writes).
- Both fetchAllRows claim queries now order('id'): unordered .range()
pagination can silently skip rows at page boundaries, and a skipped
row is a missed claim, failing open at exactly the 1000+-row scale
  the pagination was added for.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 5 f1d76deaba fix(providers): stop dead-ending on a resource 403, and stop dropping every migrated kreditfaktura (#2113)
* fix(providers): stop dead-ending on a resource 403, and stop dropping every migrated kreditfaktura

Two independent defects in the provider migration, both customer-visible.

A per-resource 403 was classified as a dead grant. classifyProviderError mapped
any 401 or 403 to PROVIDER_AUTH_EXPIRED, which is fatal, so a Fortnox account
without leverantorsregister permission aborted the whole migration at the
suppliers step with "Anslutningen har gatt ut. Ateranslut" even though the same
token had just succeeded on the previous step. Reconnecting can never fix that,
and steps 4 and later never ran. The provider's own reason ("Saknar behorighet
for leverantorsregister.") never reached the user. A 403 is now non-fatal once
the same token has already succeeded in the run, the migration continues, and
the provider's reason is surfaced. A 401, or a 403 on the first call, keeps the
auth-expired path.

fetchCompanyInfoDirect swallowed every error and returned null, which made the
existing PROVIDER_API_MODULE_INACTIVE remediation unreachable: a Visma customer
whose api_standard module is off got a silent 200 with an empty company card
instead of the precise Swedish explanation that was already written.

Kreditfakturor were dropped entirely. entity-mapper wrote document_type
'credit_note', but invoices_document_type_check allows only invoice, proforma
and delivery_note, and credit notes are modelled by credited_invoice_id. Every
migrated kreditfaktura was rejected and counted as skipped. One customer
imported 255 sales invoices and 0 credit notes on 2026-08-31; AR and revenue
are overstated by the credited amounts, and kreditfakturor are
rakenskapsinformation. They now import as invoice rows with reversed amounts
and status 'credited', following the in-app credit convention. They import
unlinked: no provider DTO carries a reference to the invoice being credited, so
there is nothing to match on and guessing would corrupt the AR ledger. The
wizard says so instead of burying them in skipped.

Also makes the OAuth callback non-replayable from browser history (no-store
plus history replacement), which is what the "state rejected" events were: a
replay of a callback that had already succeeded seconds earlier. No
already-connected page, so consumed-vs-unknown state stays unobservable to an
unauthenticated caller. Expected PSD2 session expiry drops from error to warn.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_016ifKg6Ec67A39oxfGPU1yc

* fix(arcim): entity line needs the failed flag

The unlinked-credit-note row omitted `failed`, which the entityLines element
type requires. Caught by the zero-extensions build, not by vitest: the unit
suite does not typecheck.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_016ifKg6Ec67A39oxfGPU1yc

* fix(arcim): write the missing-reference disclosure onto the credit note itself

Review finding (swedish-compliance-review-bot): ML 17 kap 22-23 § wants a
kreditfaktura to reference the invoice it credits, and BFL 5 kap 6-7 § wants a
verifikation to reference its underlag. No provider DTO carries that reference,
so the pairing cannot be resolved at import and guessing it would corrupt the
AR ledger. Reporting the count in the migration wizard is not enough: a result
screen is not rakenskapsinformation, and the gap has to be legible on the
record itself years later.

The disclosure now goes into invoices.notes and supplier_invoices.notes,
preserving whatever note the provider sent.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 05dce83a2b feat(connect): Enable Banking client routes through the hosted proxy in connector mode (PR6b-1) (#2094)
* feat(connect): route the Enable Banking client through the hosted proxy in connector mode

PR6b-1 of the instance-side client wiring. Until now bankConnectorMode()
had no consumer but the status label; this makes a self-host with a
connector key and no own EB credentials actually reach Enable Banking
through the hosted bank proxy.

- api-client authenticatedFetch: in connector mode swap the base URL to
the proxy and send the connector key as a Bearer token. The EB JWT
signer (getAuthorizationHeader) is never called: the instance holds no
private key. On hosted and on own-credentials self-hosts the direct
  path is byte-identical.
- startAuthorization forwards X-Connector-Company so the proxy can meter
the per-company connection quota; index.ts passes companyId at both
  connect sites.
- createSession forwards the signed connector_state so the proxy binds
the /sessions exchange to the pending ledger row (single-use, race-safe).
- callback route reads connector_state from the query (echoed by the
hosted callback) and threads it through finalizeConnection.

Tests: connector-mode base/auth/company-header/connector_state assertions
in api-client, direct-path and own-credentials byte-identity, and the
callback threading both connector and direct paths.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UzNkSsR18pLFitJdYn8QEb

* fix(connect): gate X-Connector-Company on connector mode, not on companyId

Skeptic regression finding: index.ts passes companyId to startAuthorization
unconditionally, and the header was attached whenever companyId was truthy.
On hosted and on own-credentials self-hosts companyId is always set, so every
direct POST /auth to the real Enable Banking API carried the tenant's internal
company UUID: a needless behavior change on the production path and an
identifier leak to a third-party PSD2 processor (the "byte-identical direct
path" claim was false).

Gate the header on bankConnectorMode() so it is sent only when the request
actually goes to the hosted proxy. Adds a direct-path test asserting the header
is absent even when companyId is passed.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 7993700589 fix(enable-banking): only hard-warn about sibling connections at observed one-session banks (#2005)
* fix(enable-banking): only hard-warn about sibling connections at observed one-session banks

The same-bank warning dialog fired for every bank whenever the user's other
companies held a connection, claiming the siblings could stop syncing. That is
only true for banks binding one active AIS session per PSU (observed: SEB).
Prod shows Handelsbanken tolerates at least four concurrent sessions syncing
daily, and the generic warning made a multi-company user abandon a legitimate
renewal of an expired Handelsbanken connection.

The decision now lives in a pure, tested module (connection-warning.ts):

- One-session banks (SEB): hard warning on fresh connect and renewal alike.
- Other banks, renewal: no dialog; the connection already coexisted.
- Other banks, fresh connect: calm confirmation so a user who meant to renew
notices they are about to create a second connection.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_016PUKATngZZzqkoDesyxKR3

* fix(enable-banking): fail closed for banks with unknown session policy, exempt shared-session siblings

Skeptic findings on the first cut:

- Unknown banks were treated like verified multi-session banks (silent
renewal), turning absence of evidence into evidence of absence. They now
keep the previous hedged warning on both paths; only Handelsbanken
(verified 2026-08-28: 2-4 concurrent connections per user on DISTINCT
session_ids, all syncing daily) gets the calm tier.
- Siblings sharing the session being renewed are carried by
fanOutSessionRenewal and never break, so they no longer trigger or
inflate the warning; the absolute SEB claim is accurate for the
  remaining, genuinely separate sessions.
- Company names are deduped and phrasing follows distinct company count
(one company holding privat + foretag rows is "ett annat bolag").
- Null bank_name no longer throws (DB column is nullable).

* fix(enable-banking): count clashing companies by id, names are display-only

CodeRabbit: two distinct companies sharing a name, or one whose name fails
to resolve, undercounted to "ett annat bolag". SameBankClash now carries
companyId as identity; the parenthetical name list stays deduped display.

3de5dee553 fix(enable-banking): reconnect supersedes the old connection and stops duplicate imports (#1728)
* fix(enable-banking): supersede the old connection on bank reconnect and stop renewal duplicates

A renewal performed via the bank list ("Anslut ny bank") created a second
bank_connections row and left the old one parked in 'expired' forever: an
eternal "Åtgärd krävs" card, a red status chip, transactions stranded on the
dead row (so the picker's gap-fill probe read the renewal as a first
connect), and re-imported history for no-IBAN accounts whose provider uids
change on re-authorization.

- New migration: additive superseded_by uuid (FK, ON DELETE SET NULL) +
superseded_at + partial index on bank_connections. Status 'revoked' is
reused for superseded rows (no CHECK change); superseded_by disambiguates
a supersede from a user disconnect. File only: not applied anywhere yet.
- New lib/supersede.ts: after the OAuth callback finalizes, park same-bank
siblings matched by IBAN overlap (an ACTIVE sibling without overlap is
never touched; no-IBAN fallback only for dead siblings when neither side
has IBANs), revoke their EB session only when countLiveSiblings says
nobody shares it, re-point their transactions in id batches, demote
leftover cash_accounts claims (the mirror then promotes them by IBAN),
carry last_synced_at + initial_sync_* onto the survivor, and emit the new
  bank_connection.superseded audit event.
- /connect fresh path: 409 { code: 'EXISTING_CONNECTION',
  existing_connection_id } when a non-revoked same-bank row exists, unless
the body carries force_new: true (escape hatch for a second login at the
same bank). Runs after the zombie sweep; reconnect-in-place unaffected.
- Dedup scope stability: StoredAccount.dedup_scope pins the external_id
account scope at first ingest (normalized IBAN, else the uid of that
moment), is carried across in-place reconnects and supersedes by IBAN
match, and sync.ts uses dedup_scope ?? IBAN ?? uid (stamping legacy rows
lazily). The external_id FORMAT is untouched.
- AccountPickerDialog gap-fill probe also includes superseded connection
ids so the renewal default never races the transaction re-point.
- Sync toast (BankSyncNowButton) now also reports skipped duplicates
(sv+en strings) so a correctly deduped renewal does not look broken.

Tests: supersede unit tests, /connect 409 + force_new, callback supersede
wiring + dedup-scope carry, sync external_id stability across uid changes.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): scope the connect 409 to dead siblings and harden supersede ordering

- POST /connect only 409s when the same-bank sibling is expired/error/
pending_selection: an active row (a second legitimate login at the same
bank) never blocks a fresh connect; force_new bypass kept. The 409 text
now names the bank and points at Fornya samtycke.
- supersede parks the sibling row BEFORE revoking its EB session, and skips
the revoke entirely (logged) when the park update fails, so a failed park
can no longer leave a live-looking row with a dead session.
- callback keeps a survivor account's explicit dedup_scope instead of
letting a carried sibling scope clobber it; carried scopes only apply
when the survivor's scope was derived (IBAN/uid fallback).
- sync-now toast joins its two sentences with '. ' so the imported and
skipped-duplicates messages no longer run together.

1ded1af8fe fix(enable-banking): one primary action per connection state on /settings/banking (#1727)
Restructure the banking settings page so every connection state has a
clear hierarchy:

- One "Dina bankkopplingar" group sorted by state precedence
(pending_selection, pending, error, expired, expiring soon, active),
replacing the three-way group split. State derivation, sorting and
worst-state selection live in a pure, unit-tested helper
  (lib/connection-state.ts).
- Exactly one page-level .attn sentence for the worst state, or none;
the BankSyncStatusChip is removed from this page (it linked to
itself; it stays on /transactions and /import).
- Each row shows one primary action per state (Valj konton, Forsok
igen, Fornya samtycke, Synka nu); everything else moves into a "..."
menu, and details (accounts, IBAN, balances, initial historik) sit
behind a collapsed disclosure. Expired rows never show balances.
- Expiring-soon active rows get a "Fornya samtycke" primary that
reconnects without a psu-type override (the server reuses the stored
psu_type); the explicit account-type choice stays in the menu.
- "Anslut ny bank" collapses behind one outline "Anslut en bank till"
button whenever a non-revoked connection exists; the reuse-session
group only shows while the connect-new surface is visible.
- Fresh connects to an already-connected bank are intercepted with a
renew-instead dialog; "Anslut som ny" proceeds with force_new: true
for the upcoming server-side 409 guard.
- In-flight 'pending' rows render as a spinner row ("Vantar pa banken")
  instead of being invisible.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 a47ba9fede fix(enable-banking): stop renewal history floods (gap-fill default + backfill reconciliation) (#1590)
* chore(ci): guard bedrock-sdk against automated version bumps

The 2026-07 prod outage (empty Bedrock streams breaking invoice OCR and
the assistant) came from an unreviewed @anthropic-ai/bedrock-sdk 0.32.0
bump. The package is exact-pinned to 0.29.1, but nothing stopped an
automated PR from proposing the bump again. Add a dependabot config in
security-updates-only posture (open-pull-requests-limit: 0) with an
ignore for bedrock-sdk >=0.30.0 so neither scheduled nor security
updates can reintroduce it silently.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): stop renewal history floods (gap-fill default + backfill reconciliation)

Renewing a bank connection walks the same pending_selection -> active
flow as a first connect, and a fresh consent often makes the bank
release history the first connect never delivered. Two gaps turned that
into a flood of falsely 'unhandled' rows over already-bookkept periods
(11 companies, ~600 rows in prod):

- The picker defaulted every renewal to the fiscal-year lookback. It now
probes the connection's newest imported transaction and defaults a
renewal to 'continue where the last fetch stopped' (7-day overlap,
absorbed by external_id dedup), with an .attn warning when a longer
  lookback re-requests already-fetched periods.
- The inline initial backfill ran without the SIE-overlap guard that the
manual /sync route and the cron both apply. It now suppresses
auto-categorization on overlap and runs the same unattended-threshold
reconciliation sweep, scoped per ledger account via
resolveCashAccountScope instead of the pooled unscoped form
(#1290/#1298), and surfaces the linked count as auto_matched in the
  sync summary.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): renewal guard survives mid-open refetch; harden sweep scope and window

Skeptic pass findings on the renewal-flood guard:

- REFUTED: the settings panel's visibility refetch (near-certain in a
BankID reconnect) hands the open picker a fresh accounts identity; the
pre-existing reset effect then wiped the gap-fill state while the
probe effect never re-ran, silently stranding the renewal back on the
fiscal-year default with no warning. The probe now keys its state by
connectionId and shares the reset's triggers via an accounts dep, so
wipe and re-probe always pair up.
- The sweep skips accounts whose cash_accounts row did not resolve
(found: false) instead of degrading to the pooled currency-only form
(#1290 write shape), which could otherwise follow a same-request
  mirror-upsert failure.
- The sweep window opens at the oldest booking date the bank actually
returned: over-returning ASPSPs ingest rows outside the requested
window, which the sweep would otherwise never examine.
- resolveGapFillStart clamps to the backend's 365-day lookback floor so
the radio never promises a start date the backfill cannot honor.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): address PR #1590 review findings

- zizmor: add a 7-day cooldown to the dependabot npm entry.
- CodeRabbit: clear the event bus in the accounts-route beforeEach (repo
test convention); surface probe query failures in AccountPickerDialog
so a failed probe cannot read as a first connect and silently restore
the fiscal-year default; build the sweep's ledger-account list with a
string filter instead of a nullish fallback so the pooled scope path
  is structurally unreachable.
- Swedish compliance review: document at the sweep site that linking
writes bank-feed metadata only, never journal tables, with the
opening-balance link trigger and unlinkReconciliation reversibility
  spelled out.

65c6d4c178 Fix/07 27 (#1271)
* fix(enable-banking): keep bank account mappings across reconnects and surface dead sessions

A PSD2 reconnect silently moved the user's ledger mapping. Account identity
came from the provider's account uid, which does not survive a
re-authorization at every ASPSP, and a fresh connect to an already-connected
bank mints a new bank_connections row regardless. Both paths looked like "an
account we have never seen", so the allocator handed out the next free 19xx
slot and a 1930/1940/1941 mapping came back as 1942-1946 on every consent
renewal, roughly quarterly per connection.

Match on the IBAN instead. resolvePsd2LedgerAccount() finds the existing
cash_accounts row by normalized IBAN before allocating, and upsertFromPsd2
promotes that row in place rather than inserting a second one, so it keeps its
id and its linked transactions and is re-pointed at the connection that just
authorized. The previous holder's connection status is deliberately ignored:
one IBAN is one physical account, and the old row often still reads 'active'
because the bank killed the session without telling us.

The allocator also stopped treating a 19xx number as free just because no
cash_accounts row holds it. A chart imported from SIE carries the company's
real bank accounts by name with no PSD2 row behind them, which is how a SEK
company account got proposed as an unrelated brokerage account. Overflow now
skips chart-occupied numbers, falling back only when nothing unnamed is left.

Dead connections kept rendering as "Aktiv": status only ever changed when a
transaction fetch failed, so a session killed bank-side stayed healthy-looking
with a stale last_synced_at while the user read old balances as current. Add
probeSessionHealth() and run it in the daily cron over every connection that
run did not prove alive, including the ones the loop skips silently
(capability gate, all accounts deselected) and the ones parked in
pending_selection that the cron never looked at. It acts only on a definite
dead answer; anything ambiguous leaves the row alone, since a wrong flip costs
a full BankID re-authorization. The all-accounts-deselected branch is
reclassified 'synced' to 'skipped' for the same reason: it never contacts the
bank, so it must not count as proof of life. The settings row warns when an
active connection has not synced in three days or has never synced.

Which company a connection belongs to was invisible. Everything was already
scoped to ctx.companyId, so there was no cross-tenant leak, but a bank
authorized while the wrong company was active looked identical to the right
one. Name the company on the connect surface and in the account picker, and
say where the connection went when the callback lands under a different active
company. Warn (bypassably) before authorizing a bank where the same user
already holds live connections in other companies: several ASPSPs allow one
active AIS session per login, so the new authorization can kill the others.

The history start date already defaulted to the fiscal-year start; the card
above it recommended a mid-year date and contradicted the selected option. It
now states the fact and offers the shortcut without presenting it as advice.

Not addressed: sharing one PSD2 session across companies. company_id is the
tenancy anchor on bank_connections and cash_accounts hangs off
(company_id, bank_connection_id), so that needs the session to become its own
entity. See DECISIONS.md.

* fix(supplier-invoices): show the posted line description in the voucher preview

The "Verifikation som bokförs" preview built its expense debit lines with
description set to the raw account number, so the BESKRIVNING column showed
"5615" or "6990" where the posted verifikat actually says "Leverantörsfaktura
123, ACME AB". A hardcoded 11-entry ACCOUNT_LABELS map masked this for
2440/2641/26xx, which is why the column read as a mix of friendly labels and
bare account numbers, neither of which was the posted text.

The preview now renders exactly the line_description the engine writes: the
shared invoice-level text on expense lines and 2440, "Ingående moms {rate}%
{desc}" on 2641, and the reverse-charge pair taken straight from
generateReverseChargeLines instead of being re-derived locally.
buildSupplierDescription moves into its own dependency-free module so the
client-side preview can call it without pulling the journal engine (and its
Supabase server client) into the browser bundle. The account name stays
reachable on the AccountNumber hover card.

Picked option A from the issue, keeping the fixed invoice-level description
rather than propagating each item's own text: the customer-invoice side
already writes invoice-level descriptions, so per-item text would create an
inconsistency between the two invoice sides rather than remove one, and it
would need an aggregation-collision policy in the journal engine. Rationale
recorded in DECISIONS.md.

* fix(bookkeeping): restore the copy icon on verifikat rows

The row-language rewrite in #1123 reused the copy icon's slot for the new
expand toggle, removing the zero-click copy affordance from the bookkeeping
list without mentioning it. The leftover orphaned copy_voucher_tooltip key
in both message files is what identifies it as collateral rather than a
product decision.

Restore a copy icon in the row's right-edge action cell, reusing that key
for aria-label and title. stopPropagation keeps the click off the row's
expand toggle. The icon is hover-revealed on md+ and always visible below
it: #1123 collapsed the desktop table and the mobile card into one
responsive table, so hover-only would leave touch users with nothing.

Copy is no longer gated on posted. The copy_from handler and the GET
journal-entries route never looked at status, so copying a draft already
worked end-to-end and only the detail-page button hid it; the two list
surfaces were already ungated. Both list affordances now respect canWrite,
which previously dropped read-only users into a dialog they could not
submit.

The repo does not render components in tests, which is why #1123 removed
this silently. Pin the source shape instead, the same way the copy-invoice
query is pinned.

Closes #1266

* fix(transactions): revalidate stale invoice match pointers before offering a match

potential_invoice_id / potential_supplier_invoice_id are written once, at bank
import, and never revisited. When one of several identical recurring invoices
was settled by a different transaction, every other transaction kept pointing
at the now fully paid invoice. The match dialog then measured the bank amount
against a 0 kr remaining balance and reported a "Beloppen skiljer sig ...
fakturan blir delbetald" partial payment, and the worklist offered the same
dead suggestion as a one-click confirm row.

Worse, the manual escape hatch was hidden exactly when it was needed:
TransactionInboxCard only shows "Matcha mot leverantörsfaktura" when no
suggestion exists, so a stale pointer left the user with no way at all to
reach the correct invoice.

Fixed by revalidating at read time rather than by clearing sibling pointers on
settle. Invoices are settled through many paths (both match routes, mark-paid,
MCP, bank reconciliation, SIE import), so write-time cleanup leaks the moment
one is missed, while the candidate lookup covers every route into the list.
The shared accept-lists in lib/invoices/matchable-statuses.ts mirror the CAS
guards the match routes already enforce.

  - listSuggestedMatches and the transactions page candidate fetch filter on
status + remaining_amount, so a settled candidate yields no suggestion and
the manual picker reappears on its own.
  - InvoiceMatchDialog blocks a settled target with a distinct message and a
disabled confirm. Not advisory: both routes reject it outright with
    MATCH_INVOICE_ALREADY_PAID / MATCH_SI_ALREADY_PAID, so no override could
    succeed.
  - The supplier detail card now shows remaining_amount like the customer
branch, instead of total. On a partially paid invoice it used to print
    "1 250 kr" directly beside "Differens: 1 250 kr".
  - match-supplier-invoice clears potential_supplier_invoice_id on the
transaction it just matched, mirroring the customer route.

No bookkeeping was ever at risk: both routes already refused a settled target
before creating a voucher. The damage was confined to a misleading dialog and
a dead end.

createQueuedMockSupabase gains passive call recording (calls / findCall /
findCalls) because the proxy swallowed filter and update arguments, which made
the new assertions inexpressible.

* feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick (#1256)

* feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick

The webhook dispatcher ran only on a per-minute cron, so the floor on
delivery latency was up to 60 seconds plus the request. An external consumer
that wanted to react as a transaction landed had only one alternative:
polling /api/events, which the 100 rpm per-key limit makes expensive and
which still cannot beat the tick interval.

Schedules one dispatch cycle as soon as deliveries are enqueued. The cron is
unchanged and remains the retry and sweep path; this only moves the first
attempt forward. Wired into the event-bus fanout plus the two routes that
enqueue a delivery directly: the :test verb, whose entire purpose is telling
someone whether their receiver works, and the manual delivery retry.

Three properties are load-bearing and covered by tests. The kick is never
awaited, because eventBus.emit is awaited at ~99 call sites including
journal_entry.committed and each delivery can burn a 10 s receiver timeout.
It coalesces per function instance, so a bulk booking that emits once per row
does not schedule one claim round trip per row. It claims 5 rows rather than
the cron's 50, because it runs on the tail of a user-facing request.

Double delivery is not a risk: claim_due_webhook_deliveries already claims
FOR UPDATE SKIP LOCKED and flips rows to in_flight in the same statement, so
a kick racing the cron sees disjoint rows.

Does not close #1201, which asks for a realtime stream for API consumers.
This is the cheap half.

Refs #1201

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(webhooks): stop claiming the kick makes double delivery impossible

Adversarial review of the previous commit caught an overstatement in its own
comments. SKIP LOCKED keeps a kick and the cron from claiming the same row at
the same moment, but claim_due_webhook_deliveries autocommits before any POST
is issued, so from then on ownership is only status='in_flight' and a later
cycle's recoverStuckInFlight sweep can re-arm a row still queued behind an
earlier cycle's serial loop.

Delivery is at-least-once, which is what the public docs already tell
receivers ("the same delivery id may arrive more than once ... idempotency is
on you"). The comments contradicted that.

No behaviour change. The kick does not create this window: the cron claims 50
rows serially against the same 20 s stuck threshold, which is wider than what
a batch of 5 can open.

* fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base (#1253)

* fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base

sumPostedYearEndDispositions reconstructs resultat fore skatt for the tax
calculation, because generateIncomeStatement excludes every
source_type='year_end' entry. It summed class 88 and 7533 but not 78xx, so
planenlig avskrivning posted by the bokslut flow
(lib/bokslut/assets/depreciation-engine.ts) was dropped from the income
statement and never added back. The bolagsskatt base and the
periodiseringsfond 25 % cap were therefore computed on an overstated result:
tax too high by roughly 20.6 % of the depreciation.

Also exclude the period's final bokslutsverifikation from the fetch. It
carries source_type='year_end' as well and reverses every P&L account,
78xx/88xx/7533 included (verified against production closing entries), so
once the year is closed it would cancel the add-back this function exists to
produce. That hazard already applied to 88xx and 7533; the fix closes it for
all three rather than widening it.

Scope is deliberately the tax base only. Making the standalone
resultatrakning show bokslut entries is a separate, larger change: the same
exclusion is duplicated in the kpi_report_aggregates RPC, it moves displayed
profit for every company that ran the bokslut flow, and it means removing
the add-back at four call sites.

Refs #1051

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bokslut): scope the closing-entry lookup to the company and fail loudly

Review (CodeRabbit + the compliance swarm, ASVS V8.2.1) flagged the new
fiscal_periods read in sumPostedYearEndDispositions on two counts, both fair.

It filtered only on the period id while every sibling query in the same
function carries the tenant scope. Primary key or not, service-role paths
have no RLS to fall back on and the repo's rule is to filter company_id
explicitly, so it now does.

It also discarded the query error. That mattered more than it looks: a failed
read fell through to closingEntryId = null, which silently re-admits the
closing verifikat's 78xx/88xx reversals and understates the tax base, i.e.
exactly the failure this lookup was added to prevent. It now throws, and the
surrounding catch turns it into the existing 'Failed to read posted
dispositions' error. A wrong bolagsskatt is worse than a loud failure.

Two regression tests: the lookup carries both eq filters, and a lookup
failure propagates instead of degrading to a wrong number.

* fix(storage): drop the client-side DELETE policy on the documents bucket (#1254)

* fix(storage): drop the client-side DELETE policy on the documents bucket

20240101000024 documents this bucket as WORM: "No UPDATE or DELETE policies".
That described the repo, not production. Production carries a
users_delete_own_documents policy that exists in no migration file:

  FOR DELETE TO authenticated
  USING (bucket_id = 'documents'
         AND (storage.foldername(name))[2] = auth.uid()::text)

Under it, the uploading user can delete the storage bytes of any document
they uploaded under the legacy documents/{userId}/... layout, using nothing
but their normal browser token. That includes documents linked to a posted
verifikat, which are rakenskapsinformation under the BFL 7 kap 2 § seven-year
retention duty. deleteDocument()'s linked-check and the
block_document_deletion() trigger both guard the document_attachments ROW,
not the object: the row survives, still pointing at a file that is gone.

Reproduced against a local replay of the full migration stream: with the
policy present the uploader's own DELETE removes the object; with it dropped
the same statement matches zero rows. Company-scoped keys were never exposed
(their second path segment is the company id, not auth.uid()), so this only
ever reached the legacy layout, which is where most documents still live.

Safe because every in-app remove() on this bucket already runs on the service
role, covered by service_role_all_documents.

Deliberately narrow: users_read_own_documents and users_upload_own_documents
stay. The Phase B backfill from 20260726092000 has not run, so dropping the
legacy SELECT policy now would make existing documents unreadable. That is
Phase C.

The pg-real test asserts no DELETE and no UPDATE policy over the bucket under
ANY name: the hole arrived under a name this repo never used, so pinning a
name would not have caught it.

* test(storage): make the WORM ratchet see FOR ALL and WITH CHECK policies

Review caught two blind spots in the ratchet, both fair. It matched only
polcmd 'd' and 'w', but polcmd '*' (FOR ALL) grants DELETE and UPDATE just as
effectively, and FOR ALL is the shape the one legitimate policy on this table
already uses, so a hostile one would look unremarkable in the catalogue. It
also read only polqual, so an UPDATE policy carrying its bucket restriction in
WITH CHECK was invisible.

Both assertions now run through one helper that covers d/w/*, concatenates
USING and WITH CHECK, and filters by grantee so service_role_all_documents
(how the application does its authorized deletes) is excluded while every
client-reachable role is not. A policy granted to PUBLIC has an empty
polroles, which is the most permissive case there is, so it is treated as
client-reachable rather than as "no roles".

Matching on the substring rather than the exact `bucket_id = 'documents'`
shape pg_get_expr emits today: a policy written as bucket_id::text or with the
comparison reversed would slip past a stricter match, and for a WORM ratchet a
false alarm is cheap while a silent hole is not.

Adds a probe case that creates a FOR ALL policy and asserts the helper sees
it, so the main assertion cannot pass vacuously. That case earned its keep
immediately: it caught that node-postgres hands back a raw string for a name[]
column, so the role filter needed rolname::text to work at all.

Verified against a local replay of the full migration stream: red with the
original prod FOR DELETE policy present, red with a FOR ALL probe, green
without either. Full pg-real suite 933 passed.

Refs #1208

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(storage): catch a destructive policy that names no bucket at all

Adversarial review of the previous commit found the ratchet still failed
open, and reproduced it: a policy with no bucket_id predicate covers EVERY
bucket, documents included, so gating on the bucket name discarded exactly
the widest hole. The concrete shape is Supabase's own stock "Enable delete for
users based on user_id" template, USING (auth.uid() = owner), which is the
single most likely form of a future dashboard edit.

A destructive policy is now in scope unless it provably cannot reach this
bucket, i.e. only a bucket_id predicate naming some other bucket exempts it.

The behavioural assertions had the matching blind spot: fixtures were seeded
without an owner, so an owner-based policy matched NULL and the DELETE
reported 0 rows for the wrong reason. Objects now carry an owner the way
storage-api stamps them in production, so those tests fail loudly instead of
passing by accident.

Two probes pin both directions: a bucketless policy must be reported (and is
shown to really permit the delete), and a policy scoped to another bucket must
not be, so the ratchet cannot start crying wolf on receipts or sie-files and
get switched off.

Verified against a local replay of the full migration stream: red with the
stock bucketless template installed, green without it. Full pg-real suite 935
passed.

* fix(kontoplan): make a deactivated account reachable again (#1262)

is_active=false read as "does not exist" on every read path but as "exists"
on the (company_id, account_number) unique constraint, so a deactivated
account vanished from the kontoplan with no way back and re-creating it
answered "Kontonummer X finns redan i din kontoplan."

The write side was already correct: POST /accounts/activate has a
toReactivate branch and PUT /accounts/[number] accepts is_active:true.
Both were simply unreachable, so this opens routes to them rather than
relaxing the read filters, which are load-bearing for
AccountsNotInChartError.

- Kontoplan gets a "Visa inaktiva" filter; inactive rows carry an "Inaktiv"
chip and the existing per-row switch reactivates them in one click.
- Deactivating an account that has posted lines now warns first, using the
usage count already loaded for the Verifikat column.
- POST /accounts distinguishes the two collisions and returns the new
ACCOUNT_EXISTS_INACTIVE code; AddAccountDialog offers "Aktivera kontot
istallet" rather than a dead-end 409. The stored account is left exactly
as it was; values typed into the failed create form are not applied.
- bas-lookup consults the company's own chart before the static BAS
reference, so a deactivated custom account reads as known and
"Aktivera och bokfor" is no longer disabled for it. New in_chart /
is_active fields let callers tell "will be added" from "will be revived".
- BAS-katalog stops showing "Aktiverat" for an account the company holds
but has deactivated; it falls through to a relabelled Aktivera button,
  and the per-class counts follow.

* fix(supplier-invoices): flag foreign 0 % lines with reverse charge switched off (#1255)

* fix(supplier-invoices): flag foreign 0 % lines with reverse charge switched off

A foreign supplier charging no Swedish VAT is normally omvand
skattskyldighet. With the reverse-charge switch off,
createSupplierInvoiceRegistrationEntry emits neither the 26x4 output leg nor
the 44xx/45xx basis lines, so ruta 20-24, 30-32 and 48 all stay empty and the
momsdeklaration takes a shape Skatteverket rejects. For a fully deductible
purchase the net moms att betala is unchanged, which is exactly why this goes
unnoticed. The form already auto-ticks reverse charge for eu_business but not
for non_eu_business, so that path slips through silently.

Adds a pure helper plus a non-blocking banner cloned from the existing
rc_account_warning block. Deliberately silent for swedish_business, where 0 %
is a genuine exemption that belongs in no ruta at all, and phrased as a
question rather than an assertion: a non-EU goods purchase cleared at customs
is legitimately 0 % without reverse charge, and pushing that user into
ticking the switch would manufacture a new wrong verifikat.

Does not add the exempt/import/other picker the issue proposes:
supplier_invoices.vat_treatment is metadata that no booking or ruta mapping
reads, and the codebase cannot book import VAT at all, so an import option
would imply ruta 50/60 were handled when they are not.

* fix(supplier-invoices): name the local-VAT case in the foreign 0 % hint

Review flagged that the most common foreign document a Swedish small company
sees is an invoice carrying the supplier's OWN local VAT, booked at 0 %
Swedish VAT with reverse charge correctly off. The banner fires there, and
the previous copy only offered "momsfri av annat skal, till exempel en
varuimport" as the way out, which does not describe that invoice at all: it
is not VAT-free, it carries foreign VAT.

Names both legitimate cases explicitly and says 0 % is correct in them, so
the hint cannot read as an instruction to tick reverse charge on a purchase
where that would produce a wrong verifikat. Title also narrowed to "utan
svensk moms" for the same reason.

anything, so a first name reads as a character the product invented and implies
a relationship the visitor never opted into.

Both halves move together, which is the point. profile_summary is the agent's
own self-description inside the system prompt, so leaving it as "Du är Anna"
would have the header say one thing while the assistant introduces itself as
another in its first sentence. Nothing else in the stack checks that pairing,
so a test now does.

Scope: this changes the seed, so new sandbox companies get the new name. The
483 sandbox profiles already seeded keep 'Anna' (the seeder returns early once a
profile exists, and its caller only runs while verified_at is null). Backfilling
those is a production write on demo data and is being raised separately rather
than smuggled into a code change.

* feat(reports): show the last posted voucher per series in report headers

Adds a "Senaste bokforda verifikat: A 214, B 37" line to the balans- and
resultatrapport, so a printed or exported report answers which vouchers are
actually in it rather than only which dates it spans (#1267).

Reads MAX(voucher_number) over posted entries, never
voucher_sequences.last_number. The sequence counter is an allocation
high-water mark that drifts from the books in both directions:
next_voucher_number burns a number when the follow-up insert fails,
delete_last_voucher decrements by one instead of resetting to the new MAX,
and pre-RPC SIE imports left it behind. Since the point of the line is
avstamning, an allocated number would send a reconciler chasing a gap that
does not exist, so the label says plainly that the number is the posted one.

Scoped to the report own date range, so a Q1 report printed in November says
something true about Q1. The balansrapport keeps the fiscal-year start as its
lower bound because it accumulates. Skipped on a dimension-filtered
resultatrapport: that report already discloses it is partial, and an
unfiltered voucher range beside a filtered result invites the wrong
conclusion.

Populated in both engines, so the JSON, PDF and XLSX routes all inherit it
without signature changes. Best-effort: a header nicety never breaks a
report. The pure formatter lives in its own module so the client view does
not pull the Supabase query path into the browser bundle. No new i18n keys;
both report views and the PDF template are hard-coded Swedish per the
"stays Swedish" report surfaces in .claude/rules/i18n.md.

* fix(customers): stop rendering personnummer ciphertext, make unreadable rows editable, add a reveal path (#1263)

customers.personal_number holds AES-256-GCM ciphertext (20260726110000).
Three defects compounded into one broken surface for private customers.

The list queried Supabase from the browser with select('*') and rendered the
raw value, 76-82 chars of hex, into the nowrap identifier cell. It now reads
GET /api/customers, which already masks every row, so the ciphertext never
leaves the server. Searching by personnummer works again: the client filter
had been matching against ciphertext and could never hit.

A row whose value cannot be decrypted renders as the placeholder
'********-????'. None of the three mask checks recognised it, each having its
own '-1234'-only copy, so such a customer could not be edited in ANY field:
name and address edits 400'd on a personnummer the user had no way to
correct. All three now share one pattern from the new crypto-free
lib/customers/mask-personal-number.ts, which the client form can import.
Typing a fresh personnummer overwrites the unreadable value, which is the
only repair possible: the rejected writes failed whole INSERTs, so there is
nothing to backfill.

The value was write-only by construction. GET
/api/customers/{id}/personal-number is the deliberate drill-in, mirroring the
employee convention, gated on the write role because .compliance/ropa.yaml
listed no_full_value_read_endpoint as a safeguard for this column; that entry
is rewritten rather than left stale, and reveals log actor and customer id
but never the value.

Also: arcim-migration wrote the identity number as plaintext, which aborts
any import containing a Privatperson with 23514 since the constraint flip;
and the customer embeds on /api/invoices shipped ciphertext to the browser on
every invoice read.

* feat: enhance ruta 05 handling for dynamic revenue accounts

- Introduced `fetchDynamicRuta05Accounts` to fetch company-specific revenue accounts marked with a VAT rate, addressing issue #1261.
- Updated VAT declaration logic to include these dynamic accounts in ruta 05 calculations, ensuring accurate reporting for user-added accounts.
- Modified `ACCOUNT_RUTA` to include account 3000 for completeness in ruta 05.
- Enhanced tests to validate the inclusion of user-added revenue accounts in ruta 05 and ensure correct VAT calculations.
- Seeded default VAT rates for BAS revenue accounts to ensure proper classification in the VAT declaration.

* fix: enhance data handling and masking in customer and invoice APIs

* fix(vat): resolve the 3000 gruppkonto's rate for the ruta 05 base split

3000 "Forsaljning inom Sverige" is mapped to ruta05 by ACCOUNT_RUTA, so a
balance on it is filed in the right box already. What was missing is the
rate split: unlike 3001/3002/3003 the account number carries no sats, and
fetchDynamicRuta05Accounts skipped it because it is in ACCOUNT_TO_BOX. A
company posting to the gruppkonto therefore got a ruta 05 total that
breakdown.invoices.base25/12/6 did not add up to.

Surface those rates separately as staticRateByAccount: rate-only on
purpose, because the static map already sums the account and adding it to
the dynamic account list would double the filed figure. A test pins that
single-count property.

Also add 3000 to the MCP server's RUTA_05_ACCOUNTS, which is the display
list behind report.rutor.ruta05: without it a 3000 balance appeared in the
filed projection but not in the report the agent reads back.

The comment claiming SALES_OUTPUT_VAT_SHORTFALL reads base25/12/6 was
wrong and is corrected. That check derives its expected base from the
output-VAT rutor (ruta10/0.25 + ruta11/0.12 + ruta12/0.06); nothing reads
the per-rate bases, which are reporting metadata. So the incomplete split
never affected a filed return or a warning, only the breakdown.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Fable 5 b06d73c23e fix(enable-banking): recover error-state connections, respect PSD2 balance quota, clean error surface (#968)
* fix(enable-banking): recover error-state connections, respect PSD2 balance quota, clean error surface

Three defects from the 2026-07-09 production log triage, all in how the
enable-banking extension handles upstream (Enable Banking / ASPSP) failures:

1. Retry dead-end: a non-session sync failure parked the connection in
status='error', but POST /sync rejected anything not 'active' with 400,
so the UI's "Försök igen" button could never succeed and the connection
stayed stranded until a full re-auth. /sync now accepts 'error' (while
still rejecting 'expired': a dead consent needs re-authorization), and a
successful sync restores status='active' and clears error_message.

2. Balance quota burn: every sync (manual or cron) called the BALANCES
endpoint although PSD2 unattended consents allow only 4 calls/day
(observed 429 "Consent daily limit 4 is exceeded"), and the retry
wrapper retried those 429s twice against a daily quota. The sync now
skips the balance call while the stored balance_updated_at is fresher
than 12 hours, and authenticatedFetchWithRetry fails fast on a 429
whose body signals a daily limit.

3. Raw JSON in UI: sync failures persisted the raw English Enable Banking
error body into bank_connections.error_message, which the settings
panel renders verbatim. Failures are now mapped to short Swedish user
messages (shared constants in api-client.ts); the raw body stays in
   server logs only.

Also ratchets the eslint baseline down by 1: the no-explicit-any disable
in the cron route was on the wrong line and never suppressed anything.

* fix(enable-banking): treat future balance timestamps as stale (CodeRabbit)

A future balance_updated_at yielded a negative age that always passed the freshness check, suppressing balance refreshes indefinitely; only 0 <= age < BALANCE_MAX_AGE_MS now counts as fresh.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Fable 5 11400b4dec fix(banking): base sync date suggestions on booked coverage and the real fiscal period (#956)
* fix(enable-banking): base sync date suggestions on booked coverage and actual fiscal period

The "start after your bookkeeping" suggestion in the account picker now
uses the latest posted verifikat date (journal_entries, status posted)
instead of sie_imports.fiscal_year_end: the fiscal period end can lie
months past the last actually booked transaction, so the old suggestion
made users skip every unbooked transaction in between. Companies with
no posted entries get no suggestion instead of a misleading one.

The suggested start date (day after the last posted verifikat) is
clamped to today (UTC): the PATCH handler rejects non-past
initial_lookback_from_date values, so a company whose latest verifikat
is dated today would otherwise be suggested tomorrow and get a 400 when
saving.

"Sedan raekenskapsaarets boerjan" now resolves from the fiscal_periods
row containing today, falling back to the recurring
fiscal_year_start_month setting only when no period row exists, so an
extended or shortened first fiscal year (e.g. 2025-10-01 to 2026-12-31)
resolves to its real start date instead of the recurring-year date.

Date logic extracted to lib/date-suggestions.ts with regression tests
covering both issue scenarios.

Fixes #917

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(banking): keep the fiscal-year date masked when the settings fetch fails (CodeRabbit)

A failed company_settings or fiscal_periods query silently fell back to
the calendar-year default, the exact misleading suggestion issue #917
removes. On error the date now stays masked and the request-side
fallback remains the recurring-setting derivation.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Sonnet 5 ec27228a8e style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests,
and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than
house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon
for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal
ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for
paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by
hand together to keep sv/en in sync.

Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than
decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex,
charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE
encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the
agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and
a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte.

Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in
ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial
pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it
exists to verify.

Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27
SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes,
with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above.

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.8 f6ee0c2a82 Bug/customer invoice bug (#628)
* fix(supplier-invoices): self-assess reverse-charge VAT + link payments to vouchers

Reverse-charge supplier invoices now carry a per-item reverse_charge_rate (0.06/0.12/0.25). Under omvänd skattskyldighet the supplier charges 0% VAT, so the line vat_rate stays 0 and the buyer self-assesses fiktiv moms at the statutory rate. Centralizes rate resolution (resolveReverseChargeRate) and the ruta 20-24 basis-account guard (isReverseChargeBasisAccount) in vat-entries so the booking engine and review-dialog preview can no longer drift.

Adds the link_supplier_invoice_voucher pending operation: mark a leverantorsfaktura paid by linking an existing posted verifikat that debits 2440, with no new journal entry. Exposes find-candidates/link MCP tools and the bulk-reconcile helper, scoped under suppliers:read/write.

* fix(vat): report yearly VAT over the rakenskapsar, not the calendar year

Annual VAT (helarsmoms) is filed per beskattningsar/rakenskapsar (SFL 26 kap), which can be extended or shortened up to 18 months. The previous Jan-Dec calendar span silently dropped part of an extended first year. calculateVatDeclaration now accepts a fiscalPeriodId and resolves the period's actual bounds for yearly; monthly/quarterly stay calendar. The reports UI passes the selected fiscal period, defaults the periodicity from the company's moms_period setting, and carries the period into the ruta drill-down. full-archive export threads the period id through too.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(migration): resolve supplier invoice status from payment amounts

The provider's lifecycle status and its payment status are computed independently upstream and can contradict each other (e.g. a Fortnox invoice marked booked but fully paid). Both the arcim entity-mapper and the Fortnox mapper now let payment state win: fully paid -> paid, partial -> partially_paid, otherwise the mapped lifecycle status, with credit notes forced terminal. Balance is compared numerically (never strict === 0) so float drift or a residual ore resolves cleanly, and an absent Balance is treated as unpaid.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): only ingest booked transactions to stop re-import drift

Pending entries are skipped during sync: a pending row is unstable across syncs (a later 'synka nu' returns it still pending or finally booked, often with a different effective date). Because both the dedup external_id and the content-dedup key are date-derived, that drift minted a new id and re-imported a transaction that already existed - observed in production as the same amount+description landing twice with different dates. Gating the import set on a stable booking_date removes the drift at the source and leaves booked rows' ids byte-identical.

* chore(gitignore): ignore local SIE test fixtures

tests/fixtures/sie/ may contain real or scrubbed company data and must never be committed.

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.8 c6c86cded4 Mcp/template data feedback (#617)
* fix(booking-templates): scope template list to the active company

GET /api/settings/booking-templates relied solely on the btl_select RLS
policy, which is membership-wide (user_company_ids) and returns templates
from every company the user belongs to. A user who owns multiple companies
saw all their templates merged regardless of which company was active.

Narrow the list in the API layer (mirroring counterparty-templates) to
system + the active company + the active company's team. RLS stays the
security backstop; this fixes the cross-company merge within a single
user's own view (it was never a cross-tenant data leak).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): show proper message for duplicate bank file upload

The bank file import page mis-parsed the structured error envelope
({ error: { code, message, details } }), so a BANK_FILE_DUPLICATE
(409) fell through to the generic "Kunde inte läsa filen" fallback.
The upload step also hardcoded that same string as the error heading,
so duplicates were doubly misreported as parse failures.

- Parse the structured envelope by error.code; surface error.message
for all codes instead of rendering the error object.
- Add a dedicated BANK_FILE_DUPLICATE message using the importedAt /
importedCount details the route already returns.
- Add an optional errorTitle prop to BankFileUploadStep (defaults to
the previous text) and pass "Filen är redan importerad" for dupes.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(tests): add comprehensive tests for recordateEntry, inbox-linking, and external-id handling

- Implemented unit tests for recordateEntry in the bookkeeping module to validate various scenarios including date changes, non-posted entries, and fiscal period restrictions.
- Created tests for inbox-linking status in pending operations to ensure correct handling of invoice inbox items and supplier invoices, addressing historical bugs related to status updates.
- Added tests for external-id utilities to ensure consistent handling of monetary amounts and deduplication keys across different transaction sources.
- Introduced new functions in external-id.ts for stable external ID generation and normalization of imported descriptions, enhancing transaction deduplication reliability.

feat(migrations): add new database migrations for transaction handling

- Created migration to exclude storno and correction vouchers from unmatched GL lines, ensuring accurate reconciliation.
- Added a migration to preserve original bank transaction descriptions in a new immutable column, allowing for user edits while maintaining audit trails and deduplication integrity.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.7 722b22972d feat(enable-banking): per-account ledger mapping for multicurrency setups (#443) — rebase of #487 (#488)
* feat(enable-banking): per-account ledger mapping for multicurrency setups (#443)

Today every bank account routes to BAS 1930. Multicurrency setups (Wise,
SEB foreign-currency sub-accounts) get pooled into a single SEK ledger
account, making year-end FX revaluation a mess.

This change lets each bank account under a PSD2 consent map to its own BAS
account (SEK→1930, EUR→1932, USD→1933, etc.). The mapping engine already
honors IngestOptions.settlementAccount (lib/bookkeeping/mapping-engine.ts:55-57)
so the wiring is small:

- StoredAccount gains an optional ledger_account field (no migration —
  bank_connections.accounts_data is already JSONB).
- syncAccountTransactions passes account.ledger_account through as
settlementAccount so the bank-side leg routes to the right BAS account.
- PATCH /accounts accepts account_mappings, validates 4-digit BAS format,
and verifies each ledger_account exists in chart_of_accounts before
persisting. Selection edits without account_mappings preserve existing
  values for back-compat.
- AccountPickerDialog shows a per-account "Bokför till konto" combobox
populated from the company's 19xx accounts, with currency-based
  defaults (SEK→1930, EUR→1932, USD→1933, GBP→1934) and a non-blocking
warning when two enabled accounts route to the same BAS account with
  different currencies.

Reconciliation still scans 1930 only — foreign-currency accounts skip
auto-matching until follow-up PR 4 (filed in the plan).

* fix(enable-banking): address review feedback on PR #487

Two real bugs flagged in review:

1. AccountPickerDialog row wrapped a Radix <Checkbox> (which renders as its
   own <button role="checkbox">) inside <button onClick={toggle}>. Browsers
silently flatten nested interactive elements, the Checkbox lost its
onCheckedChange handler, and the toggle interaction was effectively
   broken. Reverted to <label> + <Checkbox onCheckedChange> with the <Select>
as a sibling outside the label so clicking it doesn't also toggle.

2. BAS_ACCOUNT_PATTERN was /^[0-9]{4}$/ — accepted 3001 (revenue), 2640 (input
VAT), or any 4-digit account that happens to exist in the chart. Direct
API calls would bypass the UI's 19% picker filter and silently misroute
every bank-side journal-entry leg into the wrong BAS class, corrupting both
the ledger and momsdeklaration. Tightened to /^19[0-9]{2}$/ (kassa/bank only).

Tests updated to assert non-19xx rejection.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): validate account_mappings UIDs against accounts_data

A typo'd UID in account_mappings was silently dropped — the entry never
landed in the resulting accounts_data while the response was still 200,
leaving the client to believe the mapping was applied. Mirror the existing
enabled_uids guard: reject unknown UIDs with 400 + unknown_uids in the body.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): catch syncPromise rejections to prevent process crash

When the 60s timeout wins the Promise.race, the underlying Promise.all
keeps running. A subsequent bank-API rejection has no registered handler,
which surfaces as an unhandledRejection — Node 22 (the self-hosted Docker
runtime) terminates the process by default on those.

The cron self-heals via initial_sync_completed_at IS NULL, so a no-op
catch is the right policy: drop the late rejection, let the cron retry.

Caught by Greptile review on PR #488.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.7 04f902fe8f fix(enable-banking): reliable initial backfill, no more silent ~30-day windows (#443) (#486)
* fix(enable-banking): reliable initial backfill, no more silent ~30-day windows (#443)

PSD2 first-sync was a compound bug: the cron runs once daily so users got no
data for up to 24h after activation; the "Sync now" button defaulted to 30
days and set last_synced_at, permanently locking the cron into 7-day
incremental mode and discarding the 90-day backfill window. ASPSPs also
truncate history below requested ranges, but the discrepancy was only logged.

This change:

- Runs the initial backfill inline when the user finishes account selection
(PATCH /accounts), so data is available the moment they finish onboarding.
- Tracks initial_sync_completed_at separately from last_synced_at; the cron
now gates first-sync 90-day window on that, so manual syncs no longer
  clobber the backfill path.
- Surfaces the actual returned date range to the UI ("Initial historik: X → Y
(begärde Z)") with a warning when the bank truncated history.
- Defaults manual /sync to 90 days (was 30) — matches user intent.
- AccountPickerDialog uses SpeedLedger's SIE-anchor pattern when an SIE
import covers prior periods (auto-defaults lookback to "day after last SIE
entry"), with Bokio-style PSD2 disclosure on the standard path.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): address review feedback on PR #486

Two fixes from review:

1. Memoise the browser Supabase client in AccountPickerDialog. createClient()
in the component body returned a new reference every render, and `supabase`
was in the SIE-fetch effect's dep array — every checkbox tick or parent
   re-render re-fired the SIE-imports query.

2. Drop `accounts_data` from the second supabase update inside the activation
backfill. The first update already wrote it; including it here races with
any concurrent writer (e.g. cron firing in the sub-60s window) and would
silently overwrite. Only initial_sync_* metadata + last_synced_at need to
be persisted in the second update.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): check metadata-update error after inline backfill

The second supabase.update() inside the activation backfill block didn't
check its error return. Supabase client methods don't throw on DB errors;
they return { data, error }. If the metadata write failed (network blip,
RLS quirk, etc.), the handler still populated initialSyncSummary and
returned success — UI saw "imported N transactions" while the DB had
initial_sync_completed_at = NULL, causing the cron to schedule another
full 90-day backfill the next morning.

Capture { error } from the metadata update. On failure, surface as
initial_sync_error with a metadata_update_failed: prefix and skip the
initialSyncSummary population. The cron's gate (initial_sync_completed_at
IS NULL) still self-heals on the next run; this just keeps the UI honest
about which path got us there.

New test stub: SupabaseStub.updateErrorByCall lets a test succeed the
first update and fail the second.

(any source) remain consumed by any incoming raw transaction, but
unbooked enable_banking slots are only consumed when the incoming raw
transaction is also enable_banking. This preserves reconnect dedup
while preventing false positives where a pending bank-synced row
silently blocks a legitimately separate CSV row with the same
  date/amount.
- delete_user_account: add EXCEPTION WHEN OTHERS handler that re-enables
every legally required enforcement trigger before re-raising. Postgres
transactional DDL already rolls back on abort, but the explicit guard
makes the intent unambiguous and covers sub-transaction edge cases so
enforcement triggers are never left disabled.

- Remove console.error calls from production code

Empty states:
- Fix broken /transactions/new link in EmptyTransactions (route doesn't exist)
- Add actionHref fallback to EmptyCustomers when no onAction prop provided
- Improve EmptyTransactions description copy

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: clarify Swedish UX copy — terminology, errors, descriptions

Terminology consistency:
- "Försenad" → "Förfallen" for overdue invoices (customers/[id])
- "bokföringsorder" → actionable description in bookkeeping page
- "verifikation har bifogats" → "underlag har bifogats" in doc warning
- "Fortsätt ändå" → "Bokför utan underlag" (specific action)

Error messages — replace generic "Fel" + "Något gick fel" with specific:
- "Något gick fel vid bokföring" → "Transaktionen kunde inte bokföras"
- "Något gick fel vid matchning" → "Transaktionen kunde inte matchas"
- "Kunde inte hämta X" → "Kunde inte ladda X" + recovery hint
- Add "Försök igen" guidance to all error toasts

Page descriptions — replace redundant with actionable:
- Invoices: "Skapa och hantera" → "Skicka, följ betalningar, skapa kreditnotor"
- Bookkeeping: list of features → actionable description

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: design critique — dashboard affordance, reports description

Dashboard:
- Add ChevronRight indicator to clickable summary cards
(Att få betalt, Koppla bank) to distinguish from static cards
- Add cursor-pointer to linked cards

Reports:
- Replace feature list description with actionable guidance
  "Huvudbok, grundbok..." → "Generera skattedeklarationer..."

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: replace generic "Fel" error toasts with specific messages

Deadlines: 5 generic "Fel" → specific per-action titles
  (create, toggle, edit, delete, load)
Expenses detail: 5 generic "Fel" → specific per-action titles
  (load, approve, pay, credit, delete)
Expenses new: 3 generic "Fel" → instructional validation messages
(supplier name, supplier selection, invoice number)
Customers: 1 generic "Fel" → specific load error with recovery hint

All error toasts now follow pattern:
title = what failed, description = how to recover

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: replace all remaining generic "Fel" error toasts (37 instances)

Systematic sweep across 12 dashboard pages replacing generic
title: 'Fel' with context-specific error titles:

- Load errors: "Kunde inte ladda [resurs]"
- Action errors: "[Åtgärd] misslyckades"
- Validation: "[Fält] saknas"

Every error toast now tells the user what failed without needing
to read the description. Recovery hints added where missing.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: import flow — normalize stat typography, remove console.warn

- Replace font-bold with font-display font-medium on 13 stat numbers
  across SIEPreviewStep, BankFilePreviewStep, BankFileConfirmStep,
ImportResultStep (missed by systemic sweep since these are in
  components/import/, not app/(dashboard)/)
- Add tabular-nums to stat numbers displaying counts/currency
- Remove console.warn in ArcimMigrationWorkspace

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: final cleanup — console statements, remaining font-bold stats

Remove production console statements:
- Step1EntityType: remove debug console.warn (dead code after onNext)
- TransactionBookingDialog: remove console.error on doc link failure
- JournalEntryAttachments: remove 3 console.error calls

Normalize remaining font-bold stat displays:
- SwipeCategorizationView: 3 instances (completion, amount displays)
- NEDeclarationView: yearly result heading + value

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: address Greptile review feedback

loadMoreTransactions: add inbox item enrichment matching fetchTransactions
- Paginated transactions now fetch invoice_inbox_items in parallel
- Fixes missing document indicator, template suggestions, and inbox
match card for transactions loaded via "Ladda fler"

fetchAllPages: add maxPages guard (default 500) to prevent infinite loop
- If Arcim gateway returns hasMore:true indefinitely, the loop now
exits after 500 pages instead of running forever

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs: minimize CLAUDE.md — remove derivable content, fix stale data

Remove ~230 lines (51% reduction) of content that duplicates what's
already in the source code (directory tree, function tables, type
definitions, migration lists). Update migration count (63→65), add
missing test helpers, fix cron job list. Keep all high-value sections:
accounting guard rails, BAS accounts, VAT rutor, design context.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat: enable banking hardening, arcim entity inference, SIE import fixes, and onboarding improvements

- Enable Banking: OAuth CSRF state tokens, JWT caching, retry with timeouts, raw PSD2 response archival (BFL 7 kap), expired/error connection UI, consent expiry notifications, pagination safety limits
- Arcim migration: Smarter entity type inference from org numbers, VAT prefixes, company name suffixes (GmbH, Ltd, etc.), and country codes
- SIE import: Parser and import fixes with new migration
- BAS accounts: Added vehicle accounts (1241, 1242, 1249, 1259)
- Dashboard: New SIE import and stale uncategorized transaction queries
- Onboarding: Enhanced NewUserChecklist
- Period service: Improvements with updated tests
- Transaction ingest: Updated logic and tests

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: address Greptile review — credit note type, EU country codes, notification thresholds, migration timestamps

- Fix dead ternary: credit notes now correctly stored as 'credit_note' instead of 'invoice'
- Add 'GR' (Greece ISO 3166-1) to EU_COUNTRIES alongside 'EL' (VAT prefix)
- Fix consent notification condition: fire at exactly 7 days or ≤3 days, not every day in 7-day window
- Deduplicate migration timestamps: rename SIE migration to 20260316120100
