docs(self-hosting): own-credentials section, stale connector lines, complete .env.example (#2146)
* docs(self-hosting): own-credentials section, stale connector lines, complete .env.example (#2131) SELF-HOSTING.md said the Skatteverket client wiring "ships in a following release"; PR #2103 merged it, so both bank sync and Skatteverket now carry traffic through the hosted proxy with a key. The two stale sentences are replaced and SOVEREIGN.md line 48 says the same thing. New "Own credentials (no connector key)" subsection documents the path an operator takes without a key: Enable Banking app in restricted production mode with the callback URL, the Skatteverket developer-portal application with the redirect URI, every variable the code reads, the five production base URLs (all defaults point at the test environment), the kill switch, and the rule that any own credential switches that upstream out of connector mode. .env.example gains the Skatteverket block, the optional Enable Banking variables, and RESEND_INBOUND_DOMAIN / RESEND_INBOUND_WEBHOOK_SECRET, which the invoice-inbox manifest requires but the example never listed. DOCKER.md no longer claims Enable Banking is excluded from the self-host preset (docker/extensions.self-hosted.json ships it). ENABLE_BANKING_SANDBOX is removed from the enable-banking manifest and the index.ts header: declared as optional, never read anywhere; the sandbox is selected by ENABLE_BANKING_API_URL. Logged in DECISIONS.md. Closes #2131 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_012C6M2ZoZc6QDRxU3m9WzgE Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * docs(self-hosting): correct key format, AISP scope caveat, SKV scopes and rotation note (#2131) Skeptic findings on PR #2146, one pass: - ENABLE_BANKING_PRIVATE_KEY: the decoder base64-decodes first and wraps anything else as DER, so a raw PEM fails at JWT signing. The docs and .env.example no longer claim it is accepted. - Enable Banking restricted mode covers the operator's own accounts only; an instance hosting client companies is doing licensed AIS and needs the connector key or its own AISP registration. Said so. - Listed the OAuth scopes the app requests (both AGI scopes), noted that the kill switch gates API calls, not the BankID login, and that the token encryption key has no dual-key rotation. fix(proxy): assert the production Supabase project for customer hosts instead of allowlisting them (#2107)
The white-label guard only fired for hostnames hand-listed in CUSTOMER_PRODUCTION_WHITE_LABEL_HOSTS. improveone.accounted.se was never added, so when the .accounted.se domains were pinned to a feature-branch preview the guard let it through: a customer-branded login page served from a build that inlines the staging Supabase project, on the open internet, with no alert. The 26 August willem.accounted.se 503s were the same misrouting caught correctly, because willem was on the list. Inverts the model. Any customer-facing production hostname (not a *.vercel.app preview, not localhost) must be served by the production Supabase project or the guard trips. Adding a new white-label host no longer requires editing a list in order to be protected. Also closes two fail-open holes found alongside it. parseBackendHostname returned null for an undefined NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL, so a missing project read as "not staging" and fell through; it now trips the guard. And proxy.ts gains an explicit env guard: today lib/supabase/middleware.ts asserts the URL and key non-null and @supabase/ssr throws synchronously as the first statement of updateSessionInner, which takes down every path including /login and /robots.txt with an opaque crash rather than a deliberate 503. fix(connect): PR #1758 CodeRabbit follow-up: connector status hardening, i18n strings, doc alignment (#2098)
* fix(connect): PR #1758 CodeRabbit follow-up: harden connector status, i18n the connector-mode strings, align docs - getConnectorConfig() rebuilds baseUrl as origin + path: userinfo, query and fragment are stripped (warn-logged without the raw value) so nothing secret-shaped pasted into GNUBOK_CONNECT_URL survives into the /api/connector/status echo or the derived proxy URLs (CWE-200) - /api/connector/status responds Cache-Control: no-store on both branches (key prefix + wiring layout out of shared browser caches, CWE-525) - CWE-319 thread verified as no-change: both connector-mode helpers derive from getConnectorConfig(), which fails closed on non-https - SkatteverketConnectPanel tooltips and BankSyncNowButton gate/upsell strings moved to messages/sv.json + messages/en.json keys - DECISIONS.md: MD037 fix on line 1146 (backtick the glob), line 1147 reworded to grants-written-wiring-pending, decision lines appended (incl. declining the UpgradeNote children-append suggestion) - docs/SOVEREIGN.md availability wording aligned with SELF-HOSTING.md: infra merged, keys issued manually on request, client wiring pending Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UKZUp1nePr8sVDoLkMSxbS * docs(connect): skeptic follow-up: bank client wiring is merged (#2094), SKV pending, no keys issued until it lands Skeptic refutation on PR #2098: SOVEREIGN.md claimed the services 'do not carry traffic' while this branch already contains #2094 (EB client proxy routing), and 'issued manually on request' contradicted the standing no-key-before-full-PR6b rule while skatteverketConnectorMode() has no client consumer yet. SOVEREIGN.md, SELF-HOSTING.md and DECISIONS.md line 1147 now all say: bank client wiring merged and carries traffic with a key, Skatteverket client wiring ships in a following release, keys are not issued until it lands. feat(connect): self-host connector enablement: EB/SKV in the preset, connector-mode seam, status endpoint (#1758)
* feat(entitlements): partition the self-host bypass so connector capabilities fall through to grants; capability_grants.source accepts 'connector' Sovereign plan WS3 PR3: ships dark, nothing changes for hosted. - lib/entitlements/keys.ts: CONNECTOR_CAPABILITIES = bank_sync, skatteverket, org_lookup, migration (services Accounted operates that a self-hosted instance cannot provide itself) + isConnectorCapability(). Separate from PAID_CAPABILITIES and outside the trial-seed trigger on purpose: a hosted company can never hold a connector grant. - lib/entitlements/has-capability.ts: isPaywallBypassed() -> isBypassedFor(key). Hosted: byte-identical (dev / DISABLE_PAYWALL bypass, FORCE_PAYWALL wins, else the grant lookup). Self-host: local capabilities always on (FORCE_PAYWALL included, as the existing test demands); connector capabilities behave like hosted, i.e. dev bypass, FORCE_PAYWALL, else the grant lookup where the connector sync will write source='connector' rows. getCompanyEntitlements on a self-host: local paid keys + active connector keys, state 'paid' with an active connector grant else 'none' (never the hosted trial copy). - Migration 20260820122000: capability_grants.source CHECK gains 'connector', found through pg_constraint (the CHECK was declared inline and auto-named; Postgres stores IN as = ANY, matched accordingly). pg-real test: connector accepted, unknown source rejected, upsert on the (scope, key, source) identity, trial seed writes no connector rows. - Tests: self-hosted connector matrix (local all-on without DB, connector gated by grant/expiry, dev bypass all-on, FORCE_PAYWALL gates connector keys only, bulk resolution, entitlements shape); two pre-existing tests that asserted the old "self-host holds connector keys" contract updated to the new one. Verified: full unit suite green, pg-real suite for lib/entitlements green against a local supabase/postgres with every migration applied, lint ratchet, guards. Deferred to the instance-wiring PR: adding the connector extensions to the self-host Docker preset (dead-end upsells until a key can be issued). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(entitlements): fold the self-host branch into the existing grants query One .or(scopeFilter), not two: the duplicated helper pushed the no-phantom-columns unresolvable-expression count to 380/379. Behaviour is unchanged; the self-host matrix tests still pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(connect): hosted connector-key registry + validate RPC + entitlements endpoint; instance sync writes connector grants hourly Sovereign plan WS3 PR4 ("key infra enabling manual sales"), stacked on the entitlement partition (#1747). Nothing is purchasable yet; this is the plumbing both ends need before the first manually issued key. Hosted side: - Migration 20260820123000: connector_keys (SHA-256 key_hash, prefix, org_number, pinned instance_url, scopes, status, Stripe ids, current_period_end, per-minute rate limit, active_company_count, last_seen/synced) and connector_usage_events (per-request metering, separate from metered_events whose company_id references hosted companies). RLS on, NO policies: service role only. RPC validate_and_increment_connector_key copies the api_keys pattern (FOR UPDATE, minute window, suspended reported not counted, revoked = no row) and is REVOKEd from PUBLIC/anon/authenticated, GRANTed to service_role. pg-real test covers validate/count, unknown+revoked, suspended, rate limit, execute privileges per role, RLS invisibility, usage cascade. - lib/connect/contract.ts (shared wire types), lib/connect/hosted/keys.ts (generate/hash/validate -> 401/403/429 mapping), with-connector-auth.ts (Bearer or X-Connector-Key, one usage row per request, 500 envelope on handler throw), /api/connect/entitlements GET + POST (records active_company_count, pins instance_url on first report, never moves a pinned one), scripts/issue-connector-key.ts (dry run unless --confirm, prints the key once + the .env lines). Instance side: - lib/connect/instance/config.ts (GNUBOK_CONNECTOR_KEY, GNUBOK_CONNECT_URL default https://app.gnubok.se), sync.ts: reports the active company count and writes source='connector' grants for every company x covered scope, expires_at = min(now+72h, period_end+3d); 401/403 or a non-active status deletes them (freeze-and-retain); network/5xx/429 leave them alone. /api/connector/sync/cron (hourly) runs it; not_configured without a key. - Crontab generator gains EXTRA_JOBS (variant-only jobs not in vercel.json, with reasons) + drift tests; docker/crontab.self-hosted regenerated with the hourly sync. Docs (SELF-HOSTING connector section, env templates), DECISIONS. Tests: 52 new unit tests (keys, auth wrapper, route, config, sync outcomes and grant arithmetic, cron route, crontab EXTRA_JOBS) + 7 pg-real tests run locally against supabase/postgres with every migration applied. no-phantom-columns ceiling +1 with a reason (the bulk grant upsert). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(connect): Enable Banking proxy for self-hosted instances, with a secret-free ownership ledger and a global rate budget Sovereign plan WS3 PR5a, stacked on the connector-key infra (#1748). A self-hosted instance with a `bank_sync`-scoped connector key can now connect a bank through Arcim's PSD2 credentials; the bank session id and all transaction data stay in the instance's own database (founder decision: tokens on the instance, proxy stateless). - Migration 20260820124000: `connector_connections` (secret-free ledger: sha256 of the EB session id + account uids, service-role only), `connector_upstream_counters` + RPC `connector_reserve_upstream` (global budget under EB Annex 1 §5's 300/min, shared with hosted), and `connector_keys.limits` jsonb; validate RPC v2 returns limits. All RPCs REVOKEd from PUBLIC/anon/authenticated, GRANTed service_role. pg-real covers all of it. - EB JWT minting moved to lib/connect/upstreams/enable-banking-jwt.ts (core must not import @/extensions/); the extension re-exports it, tests unchanged. - lib/connect/hosted/{state,ledger,upstream-budget}.ts: HMAC-signed connector state (15-min TTL) so the consent redirect can use OUR registered EB callback and bounce back to the instance, no per-instance redirect URI at EB; the callback route gains that connector branch. - app/api/connect/bank/[...path]: path allowlist (aspsps, auth, sessions, accounts/{uid}/{balances,transactions}), never open passthrough. POST /auth enforces the per-company connection quota + rewrites redirect/state; reads/deletes verify ledger ownership; every upstream call takes the global budget (429 + Retry-After when exhausted). - issue-connector-key.ts: scopes default bank_sync,skatteverket (TIC out of v1), --bank/skv-connections-per-company + --sync-min-interval. - Docs (SELF-HOSTING: bank connector live), DECISIONS. Verified: 52 connect unit tests + 13 pg-real (run locally against supabase/postgres with all migrations) + EB extension suite (225, jwt relocation intact); full unit suite 15 979 green; tsc, guards, lint clean. Not in this PR: SKV broker (PR5b) and instance wiring (PR6). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(connect): Skatteverket broker + data proxy for self-hosted instances (tokens stay on the instance) Sovereign plan WS3 PR5b, stacked on the bank proxy (#1751). A self-hosted instance with a `skatteverket`-scoped connector key can now run the BankID consent, file VAT/AGI and sync skattekonto through Arcim's registered Skatteverket client; the SKV tokens are returned to the instance and stored (encrypted) there. - lib/connect/upstreams/skatteverket-oauth.ts: core-side SKV OAuth + data helpers (authorize URL, code/refresh exchange with Arcim's client secret, the four backing-API base URLs, the API-gateway Client_Id/Client_Secret headers). Core can't import @/extensions/, so this duplicates the extension's endpoints/scope set (one integrator = Arcim), mirroring the EB JWT relocation. - app/api/connect/skv/oauth/authorize-url: builds the authorize URL against OUR registered redirect_uri + a signed connector state, per-company SKV connection quota, pending ledger row. - app/api/connect/skv/oauth/token: exchanges/refreshes and RETURNS the tokens to the instance; the ledger keeps only sha256(access_token) + sha256(refresh_token). - app/api/connect/skv/api/[...path]: allowlist over moms / skattekonto / agd-inlamning / agd-period. The instance sends the user's SKV Bearer (as X-Connector-Upstream-Authorization) + X-Connector-Key; the proxy checks the token hash against the ledger, adds Arcim's gateway credentials (never exposed to the instance), forwards. Same per-key + global budget as bank. - The Skatteverket extension /callback gains the connector branch (isConnectorState -> 302 back to the instance; code never exchanged there). - Docs (SELF-HOSTING: SKV connector live) + DECISIONS. Tests: SKV oauth lib, authorize-url, token, data proxy, callback connector branch (all green; 74 connect + 425 connect/SKV). tsc, guards, lint clean; no-phantom-columns held at 380 (literal update branches). Not in this PR: instance-side wiring (PR6). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(connect): self-host connector enablement: EB/SKV in the preset, connector-mode seam, status endpoint Sovereign plan WS3 PR6 (enablement layer), stacked on the SKV broker (#1757). - docker/extensions.self-hosted.json += enable-banking, skatteverket: a connector-key self-host now ships the bank + Skatteverket extensions; a key with the matching scope makes them work, without one they show the existing capability_blocked upsell (unconfigured extensions no-op). - lib/connect/instance/upstreams.ts: the connector-mode seam. An upstream is in connector mode only when GNUBOK_CONNECTOR_KEY is set AND the instance has no own credentials for it (hasOwnEnableBankingCredentials / hasOwnSkatteverketCredentials). Hosted always has own credentials, so hosted is provably never in connector mode: the guard is what keeps hosted byte-identical. Base URLs GNUBOK_CONNECT_URL/api/connect/{bank,skv}, headers X-Connector-Company / X-Connector-Upstream-Authorization. - GET /api/connector/status: the operator's wiring view (self_hosted, per upstream own_credentials|connector|unconfigured, key prefix never the key, granted connector capabilities). Hosted returns self_hosted:false. - Docs (SELF-HOSTING: status endpoint + extensions ship in the image), DECISIONS. Tests: connector-mode detection matrix (off without a key, off with own creds incl. the _PRODUCTION EB variants, on via the proxy, CONNECT_URL override) + status route (self-host vs hosted, unconfigured, per-upstream mode, prefix-not-key). 83 connect/connector tests green; tsc, guards, lint. DEFERRED to PR6b (needs a live connector key + a real bank/SKV to verify end to end, touches the live consent path): wiring the EB api-client / consent callback and the SKV oauth / api-client to call the proxy in connector mode, and the "Synka nu" settings row (UI, needs visual sign-off). The seam + preset + status route make PR6b a contained follow-up. feat(connect): Enable Banking proxy for self-hosted instances, with a secret-free ownership ledger and a global rate budget (#1751)
* feat(entitlements): partition the self-host bypass so connector capabilities fall through to grants; capability_grants.source accepts 'connector' Sovereign plan WS3 PR3: ships dark, nothing changes for hosted. - lib/entitlements/keys.ts: CONNECTOR_CAPABILITIES = bank_sync, skatteverket, org_lookup, migration (services Accounted operates that a self-hosted instance cannot provide itself) + isConnectorCapability(). Separate from PAID_CAPABILITIES and outside the trial-seed trigger on purpose: a hosted company can never hold a connector grant. - lib/entitlements/has-capability.ts: isPaywallBypassed() -> isBypassedFor(key). Hosted: byte-identical (dev / DISABLE_PAYWALL bypass, FORCE_PAYWALL wins, else the grant lookup). Self-host: local capabilities always on (FORCE_PAYWALL included, as the existing test demands); connector capabilities behave like hosted, i.e. dev bypass, FORCE_PAYWALL, else the grant lookup where the connector sync will write source='connector' rows. getCompanyEntitlements on a self-host: local paid keys + active connector keys, state 'paid' with an active connector grant else 'none' (never the hosted trial copy). - Migration 20260820122000: capability_grants.source CHECK gains 'connector', found through pg_constraint (the CHECK was declared inline and auto-named; Postgres stores IN as = ANY, matched accordingly). pg-real test: connector accepted, unknown source rejected, upsert on the (scope, key, source) identity, trial seed writes no connector rows. - Tests: self-hosted connector matrix (local all-on without DB, connector gated by grant/expiry, dev bypass all-on, FORCE_PAYWALL gates connector keys only, bulk resolution, entitlements shape); two pre-existing tests that asserted the old "self-host holds connector keys" contract updated to the new one. Verified: full unit suite green, pg-real suite for lib/entitlements green against a local supabase/postgres with every migration applied, lint ratchet, guards. Deferred to the instance-wiring PR: adding the connector extensions to the self-host Docker preset (dead-end upsells until a key can be issued). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(entitlements): fold the self-host branch into the existing grants query One .or(scopeFilter), not two: the duplicated helper pushed the no-phantom-columns unresolvable-expression count to 380/379. Behaviour is unchanged; the self-host matrix tests still pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(connect): hosted connector-key registry + validate RPC + entitlements endpoint; instance sync writes connector grants hourly Sovereign plan WS3 PR4 ("key infra enabling manual sales"), stacked on the entitlement partition (#1747). Nothing is purchasable yet; this is the plumbing both ends need before the first manually issued key. Hosted side: - Migration 20260820123000: connector_keys (SHA-256 key_hash, prefix, org_number, pinned instance_url, scopes, status, Stripe ids, current_period_end, per-minute rate limit, active_company_count, last_seen/synced) and connector_usage_events (per-request metering, separate from metered_events whose company_id references hosted companies). RLS on, NO policies: service role only. RPC validate_and_increment_connector_key copies the api_keys pattern (FOR UPDATE, minute window, suspended reported not counted, revoked = no row) and is REVOKEd from PUBLIC/anon/authenticated, GRANTed to service_role. pg-real test covers validate/count, unknown+revoked, suspended, rate limit, execute privileges per role, RLS invisibility, usage cascade. - lib/connect/contract.ts (shared wire types), lib/connect/hosted/keys.ts (generate/hash/validate -> 401/403/429 mapping), with-connector-auth.ts (Bearer or X-Connector-Key, one usage row per request, 500 envelope on handler throw), /api/connect/entitlements GET + POST (records active_company_count, pins instance_url on first report, never moves a pinned one), scripts/issue-connector-key.ts (dry run unless --confirm, prints the key once + the .env lines). Instance side: - lib/connect/instance/config.ts (GNUBOK_CONNECTOR_KEY, GNUBOK_CONNECT_URL default https://app.gnubok.se), sync.ts: reports the active company count and writes source='connector' grants for every company x covered scope, expires_at = min(now+72h, period_end+3d); 401/403 or a non-active status deletes them (freeze-and-retain); network/5xx/429 leave them alone. /api/connector/sync/cron (hourly) runs it; not_configured without a key. - Crontab generator gains EXTRA_JOBS (variant-only jobs not in vercel.json, with reasons) + drift tests; docker/crontab.self-hosted regenerated with the hourly sync. Docs (SELF-HOSTING connector section, env templates), DECISIONS. Tests: 52 new unit tests (keys, auth wrapper, route, config, sync outcomes and grant arithmetic, cron route, crontab EXTRA_JOBS) + 7 pg-real tests run locally against supabase/postgres with every migration applied. no-phantom-columns ceiling +1 with a reason (the bulk grant upsert). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(connect): Enable Banking proxy for self-hosted instances, with a secret-free ownership ledger and a global rate budget Sovereign plan WS3 PR5a, stacked on the connector-key infra (#1748). A self-hosted instance with a `bank_sync`-scoped connector key can now connect a bank through Arcim's PSD2 credentials; the bank session id and all transaction data stay in the instance's own database (founder decision: tokens on the instance, proxy stateless). - Migration 20260820124000: `connector_connections` (secret-free ledger: sha256 of the EB session id + account uids, service-role only), `connector_upstream_counters` + RPC `connector_reserve_upstream` (global budget under EB Annex 1 §5's 300/min, shared with hosted), and `connector_keys.limits` jsonb; validate RPC v2 returns limits. All RPCs REVOKEd from PUBLIC/anon/authenticated, GRANTed service_role. pg-real covers all of it. - EB JWT minting moved to lib/connect/upstreams/enable-banking-jwt.ts (core must not import @/extensions/); the extension re-exports it, tests unchanged. - lib/connect/hosted/{state,ledger,upstream-budget}.ts: HMAC-signed connector state (15-min TTL) so the consent redirect can use OUR registered EB callback and bounce back to the instance, no per-instance redirect URI at EB; the callback route gains that connector branch. - app/api/connect/bank/[...path]: path allowlist (aspsps, auth, sessions, accounts/{uid}/{balances,transactions}), never open passthrough. POST /auth enforces the per-company connection quota + rewrites redirect/state; reads/deletes verify ledger ownership; every upstream call takes the global budget (429 + Retry-After when exhausted). - issue-connector-key.ts: scopes default bank_sync,skatteverket (TIC out of v1), --bank/skv-connections-per-company + --sync-min-interval. - Docs (SELF-HOSTING: bank connector live), DECISIONS. Verified: 52 connect unit tests + 13 pg-real (run locally against supabase/postgres with all migrations) + EB extension suite (225, jwt relocation intact); full unit suite 15 979 green; tsc, guards, lint clean. fix(peppol): say Peppol send is gated per company, never absent (#546) (#2021)
Peppol sending has been live since #1780 behind a per-company access grant, but the MCP skills, the swedish-invoice-compliance atom, docs/PEPPOL_FOUNDATION.md and the v1 :send / :mark-sent descriptions still told agents it did not exist. Every text now says gated per company (requested under Installningar > Fakturering) and keeps the restrictions explicit: aktiebolag senders, standard invoices only, Swedish org-number buyers, no MCP or v1 Peppol send verb yet, :mark-sent as the recovery step when a network-accepted send fails issuance. The skills guard test pins the truthful claim across all surfaces. Includes the regenerated agent_atom_registry seeds and skills/accounted-api references. Refs #546 |

feat(email): SMTP mailer behind the EmailService seam (EMAIL_PROVIDER=smtp); Resend stays the hosted default (#1746)
SmtpEmailService (nodemailer 9.0.5, exact-pinned) behind the existing EmailService seam. Provider resolution: EMAIL_PROVIDER wins, else RESEND_API_KEY selects Resend (hosted byte-identical), else SMTP_HOST selects SMTP. From header is built exactly like the Resend service after #1956 (no 'via <app>', fromAddress honored, platform-sender retry). STARTTLS is required by default (requireTLS) with SMTP_REQUIRE_TLS=false as an explicit opt-out for a plaintext LAN relay. Docs, env examples and the generated extension registry updated. |

feat(members): always return the company invite link so it can be shared without a mail provider (#1710) (#2020)
POST /api/company/members/invite now returns the accept link alongside email_sent and user_provisioned (the NODE_ENV=development gate from #153 is gone, so self-hosted Docker operators without Resend can invite colleagues). CompanyMembersSection ports the TeamPanel share-link pattern: an attention line with a copy action when the mail did not go out, a quiet line otherwise. Docs cover invites without Resend and the revoke-and-re-invite rule. Refs #1710 (SMTP delivery itself is #1746). |

fix(company): migration reset no longer blocks on existing vouchers, sequences, or invoices (#1977)
* fix(company): migration reset no longer blocks on existing vouchers, sequences, or invoices The 2026-08-18 eligibility rule stopped the archive-and-replace reset before the first journal entry, voucher sequence, or invoice. The reset deletes nothing: the source stays a write-closed, downloadable retention container, and the unchecked Radera foretag path already produced the same outcome without any of those guards, so the blockers only led owners into a dead end (Carrierstories, 2026-08-26). External-state blockers are unchanged. docs: correct stale product facts (arkivplan, architecture, agents, self-hosting, extensions, database map) (#1931)
Every statement was verified against the code on main before editing; the docs had drifted from the product in ways a customer or agent would act on. - public/docs/arkivplan-mall.md: product named erp-base; magic-link login; BAS 2025/2026; eu-central/eu-west region; US subprocessors for AI. Now Accounted, e-mail + password + TOTP (BankID optional), BAS 2026, eu-north-1 Stockholm, Bedrock in EU with Resend as the only US subprocessor; adds rättelselogg, Peppol inbound, skattekonto imports and the säkerhetsbackup ZIP to the räkenskapsinformation tables. - ARCHITECTURE.md: adds the inline-rättelse correction path, OAuth 2.1 and lazy MCP auth, accounted-mcp and claude-plugin, 150+ tools. - AGENTS.md: defers to CLAUDE.md instead of a drifted copy; keeps the Codex-only constraints with the Supabase project name fixed (erp-base). - README.md: drops LangChain/OpenAI (not dependencies), Node 20/22 facts, 150+ tools, adds betalfil, Peppol, skattekonto and the Claude plugin. - docs/PEPPOL_FOUNDATION.md: the two sentences denying network delivery and inbound support now describe the live Qvalia path. - docs/SELF-HOSTING.md, docs/DOCKER.md: clone URLs and directory names, Sentry DSNs are not read by the app, image pinning uses the 7-char SHA tags the workflow actually publishes (no semver tag has been cut). - docs/EXTENSIONS.md: replaces the fictional sector tree with the 19 real extensions/general directories; lib/reports/sru-encoding.ts. - .claude/rules/database.md: 680+ migrations, ~170 live tables, adds the tables and RPCs that matter since July, drops sandbox_users. fix(mcp): honest tool text and build-derived server version (#1923)
Tool text that lied to agents: - gnubok_create_voucher pointed at gnubok_reverse_entry, which does not exist; the tool is gnubok_reverse_journal_entry. A scan of server.ts, skills/, prompts/ and structured-errors.ts found no other phantom names. - gnubok_reverse_journal_entry said reversal_date defaults to today; the executor passes undefined and reverseEntry() uses the original entry date (same as the dashboard). Description now states that. No behaviour change. - gnubok_get_vacation_balance promised an estimated semesterloneskuld in SEK but returned none. The tool now returns estimated_liability_sek using the same BFNAR 2016:10 day valuation as the year-close and the v1 vacation-balance route (dayValueSek exported from semesterberedning), floored at zero for overdrawn balances. Descriptions trimmed so the tools/list payload stays under the 60.7K-token ceiling (60,696 after). - gnubok_create_invoice said the invoice number is assigned at approval; it is assigned on send or mark-as-sent (ensureInvoiceNumber). - gnubok_convert_invoice: "har redan makuleras" -> "har redan makulerats". - lib/entitlements/keys.ts comment claimed bank_sync has no MCP tool while the map right below gates gnubok_connect_bank on it. Version: MCP serverInfo.version, the extension version and /api/health all hardcoded '1.0.0', so clients could not tell deploys apart. They now share currentAppVersion() (commit SHA prefix inlined at build), resolved once at module load so the definitions layer stays deterministic, with '1.0.0' as the self-hosted fallback so Docker healthchecks keep a value. serverInfo is not part of tools/list, so the catalog payload is unaffected by this part. docs(self-host): document which AI flows run on any model vs need Anthropic-family (#1801)
The assistant Q&A (both /chat and the docked sheet), document extraction, and one-tap transaction categorization already run on the provider-agnostic single-call path, so they work on an OpenAI-compatible or local model. A set of specialized conversational flows still runs on the streaming run-turn runtime and needs an Anthropic-family backend (Bedrock or the direct API); they 503 on other backends. feat(peppol): poll outbound delivery status + cap receiving registrations (#1793)
* feat(peppol): poll outbound delivery status from the access point Qvalia's webhook API answers 404 on its production host (the sandbox answers 204), so without this the prod lifecycle would stop at submission_accepted. The transport gains pollDeliveryStatus(); the Qvalia adapter reads /invoices/outgoing/status and maps the message-log status through the same tolerant mapping as a document_delivery webhook, with the same dedupe key, so a later webhook for the same transition is a harmless duplicate. A cron four times an hour walks the open deliveries of the last 45 days, records the answer through the append-only lifecycle RPC and fetches evidence once a delivery reaches transport or a terminal state. Kept as the safety net for a missed webhook once Qvalia ships them to prod. feat(peppol): receive e-invoices via Qvalia: registration, inbound archive, inbox delivery (#1789)
* feat(peppol): receive e-invoices via Qvalia: registration, inbound archive, inbox delivery Second Peppol slice (#546). Qvalia confirmed that sending needs no per-company account, so receiving keeps the consolidated partner account: each company publishes its 0007:orgnr on our account and inbound documents are routed by the AccountingCustomerParty endpoint. - PeppolTransport grows optional receiving methods (registerRecipient, unregisterRecipient, listInboundDocuments, fetchInboundDocumentXml); the Qvalia adapter implements them (PUT/DELETE /peppol/{id}, readinvoices / readcreditnotes, exact XML fetch). - lib/invoices/peppol-inbound-ubl.ts reads the provider's UBL-JSON (xml2js-style prefixed keys, verified against Qvalia's real inbound test invoice, kept as a fixture) into a neutral document: parties, payment means with SE:BANKGIRO/SE:PLUSGIRO/IBAN, totals, VAT subtotals, lines, embedded attachments, credit notes. - Migration 20260821170000: peppol_registrations (one live row per company and participant), peppol_inbound_documents (exact XML immutable and undeletable, routed once), invoice_inbox_items.source gains 'peppol' with a per-channel dedupe index; pg-real test covers RLS, uniqueness, immutability and routing. - POST/DELETE/GET /api/settings/peppol + "E-faktura via Peppol" switch in Settings > Fakturering; personnummer-based companies are refused until 0088 GLN exists; sandbox refused. - GET /api/peppol/inbound/cron every 10 minutes: archive, route, deliver. lib/invoices/peppol-inbox-delivery.ts archives the XML as a WORM document (upload_source e_invoice, extractionOwner none), an embedded PDF when present, and creates the inbox row with the extraction filled from the UBL (confidence 1, no model pass), matching the supplier by org number. The existing inbox review/convert flow takes over. - document-service accepts application/xml for the archive; inbox list shows a Peppol icon. feat(peppol): Qvalia access-point adapter, send flow and delivery webhook (#1780)
* feat(peppol): Qvalia access-point adapter, send flow and delivery webhook Qvalia is the contracted Peppol Access Point (signed 2026-08-21). This fills the provider-neutral PeppolTransport seam from #1595 with a real adapter and turns the disabled "Skicka via Peppol" menu item into a working send flow. Adapter (lib/invoices/transports/qvalia.ts): partner-scoped recipient lookup, XML submission to /invoices/outgoing with integrationId correlation, 409 recovery only when the stored copy carries the same seller endpoint, tolerant mapping of Qvalia's free-text webhook statuses onto the 11-state lifecycle, constant-time shared-secret webhook verification (Qvalia does not sign webhooks), and evidence retrieval of the message-log status plus Qvalia's stored XML copy. Registered from the environment in lib/init.ts; switched on per deployment with PEPPOL_TRANSPORT_PROVIDER=qvalia. POST /api/invoices/[id]/peppol/send: stage the exact XML, look up the recipient, record recipient_verified and submitting, submit, record submission_accepted, then issue a draft with the mark-sent semantics (issueAndBookInvoice) only after the network accepted it. A sync rejection is a terminal failed event so the identical document is never re-sent; an operational failure is retryable; an already-submitted XML replays idempotently. POST /api/webhooks/peppol/qvalia resolves the delivery by integrationId, persists the verified event via the service-role RPC and stores evidence best-effort; unknown submissions answer 200, our own persistence failures 500. UI: the send item is availability-driven with a confirm dialog, the invoice page shows the latest Peppol status, and drafts can be sent (the number is assigned server-side). Probe script for the first sandbox contact under scripts/peppol/qvalia-probe.ts. Refs #546 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01TqFpxeWqbpR7bcwUJLRERQ * fix(peppol): Qvalia sandbox facts from first live contact: bare-key auth, api-test host, SMP-URL document types The onboarding mail and a live probe against the sandbox (partner SE5595386219) corrected three assumptions from the public docs: the key is accepted bare in the Authorization header (the ApiKey prefix answers 401), the sandbox host is api-test.qvalia.com, and the recipient lookup returns document types as SMP service URLs, so capabilities are now normalized to bare Peppol document type ids before comparison. feat(ai): self-host enablement for BYO endpoints: poppler in the runner image, backend-agnostic smoke script, docs (#1743)
Sovereign plan WS1 PR2, stacked on the extraction-first service (#1740). - Dockerfile (runner stage): `apk add --no-cache poppler-utils`, the one system package beyond the base image (~4 MB plus shared libs, pdftoppm 25.12 on node:22-alpine). pdftoppm renders the first pages of a PDF for AI backends with no native PDF input (an OpenAI-compatible Swedish endpoint); page images land in /tmp, which docker-compose.yml already mounts as tmpfs under the read-only root. Hosted (Bedrock) never calls it; the cron image is untouched. - scripts/smoke-ai-provider.ts: the self-hoster's "is AI wired up" command. Prints provider, models per tier, PDF mode (+ whether pdftoppm is present), vision/strict-JSON; then one text generation per tier model, one schema-shaped answer and, given a file, the exact document-extraction path an upload takes. Skips are reported as failures with the fix. Reads .env.local then .env. - docs/SELF-HOSTING.md: verifying section rewritten around the new script (smoke-ai.ts stays for the assistant's Anthropic-only parameter probes); rasterizer/tmpfs notes; .env.example gains AI_PDF_RASTERIZER_BIN; DECISIONS entry. Verified: live against hosted Bedrock (text per tier, structured, PDF extraction) and against a local OpenAI-compatible mock with AI_PROVIDER=openai-compatible (the mock received Bearer auth, per-tier model ids and one image_url part per rasterized page; extraction parsed the fenced JSON answer). poppler-utils probed on node:22-alpine. feat(ai): job-shaped AI service with OpenAI-compatible backend, extraction-first; stop extracting every inbox document twice (#1740)
* feat(ai): job-shaped AI service with OpenAI-compatible backend, extraction-first; stop extracting every inbox document twice Sovereign plan WS1 PR1 (#1406 Tier 2, extraction-first, aligned with the AI surface audit). lib/ai grows a job-shaped service (generateText / generateStructured / extractFromDocument; no streaming members yet, see plan rule R3): - services/anthropic-family delegates to the existing createAiClient() and sends the exact request literals the inbox extractor sent before (request-shape tests deep-equal them), so hosted Bedrock stays byte-identical. - services/openai-compatible talks to any chat-completions endpoint (BYO Swedish provider) via Vercel AI SDK 6.x, exact-pinned and guarded: images as parts, PDFs rasterized with poppler (AI_PDF_MODE) or sent natively, AI_VISION / AI_STRICT_JSON declared, honest skips (ai_no_vision, pdf_rasterizer_missing) instead of fake failures. - config.ts: AI_PROVIDER/AI_BASE_URL/AI_API_KEY/AI_MODEL and per-tier AI_*_MODEL with the legacy BEDROCK_* names kept as the same overrides; getAiStatus() is the single source of truth for "is AI wired up". - provider.ts: openai-compatible in the auto-detect chain (after Bedrock and the direct API); createAiClient() refuses it loudly. Document extraction moves onto the service and gets the audit's fixes: - Inbox documents were extracted TWICE (pipeline A ran inside uploadDocument() before the inbox row existed, so its dedupe branch never fired; 3 707 + 1 666 calls / 30 d). The inbox now declares extractionOwner on the upload, the extension yields, and the inbox mirrors its single outcome onto document_attachments from every writer (sync, deferred, attach, retry, MCP). - Every "no extraction will ever happen" outcome is stamped (skipped:no_ai_entitlement / ai_unconfigured / system_generated / ...); the status route maps the quiet ones to 'disabled' on the first poll instead of a 30 s client timeout. Prod showed 309 of the 327 never-extracted uploads were the paywall working silently. - Self-generated documents (our own invoice PDFs, payout files) are no longer OCR'd. - Agent invoke answers 503 ai_unconfigured when the deployment has no assistant backend, distinct from the paywall. Guard: new direct-ai-client antipattern check (shrink-only allowlist of the pre-abstraction SDK callers) plus exact pins for @anthropic-ai/sdk, ai and @ai-sdk/openai-compatible. Verified: 15 958 unit tests green, guards, lint ratchet, typecheck, and a live smoke against hosted Bedrock through the new service (ping, streamed tool turn, thinking+cache, PDF extraction). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(ai): make AI_API_KEY optional for OpenAI-compatible endpoints (keyless local model servers) A local model server (llama.cpp's server, Ollama /v1, LM Studio, vLLM) usually has no auth. Before, the OpenAI-compatible backend required both AI_BASE_URL and AI_API_KEY to count as configured, so running Accounted on a local model meant setting a meaningless placeholder key. - resolveAiProvider / hasAiCredentials: a base URL alone is now enough. - services/openai-compatible: only send Authorization: Bearer when AI_API_KEY is set, so a keyless server is never handed an empty bearer; a hosted provider that needs a key still sets it. - Docs (SELF-HOSTING Option 3: local-model example, key marked optional), DECISIONS. Verified: with no AI_API_KEY, just AI_BASE_URL + AI_MODEL, getAiStatus() reports configured=true / provider=openai-compatible (live). lib/ai suite 71 green; tsc, guards, lint clean. Bedrock/Anthropic logic unchanged. docs(docker): correct the Resend delivery webhook env var name (#1522)
The Docker self-hosting guide listed RESEND_WEBHOOK_SECRET, but no code path reads that name. The email extension reads RESEND_DELIVERY_WEBHOOK_SECRET in extensions/general/email/lib/delivery-webhook.ts, so an operator who follows this guide ends up with a .env that looks correct while isDeliveryWebhookConfigured() returns false and invoice delivery status is silently unavailable. With the secret unread the webhook endpoint answers 503, so Resend retries and eventually disables the endpoint. That is deliberate, but it leaves the operator with no delivery outcomes and no obvious cause. docs/WHITELABEL.md already documents the correct name. fix(ai): complete plain-key self-hosting path (#1584)
* feat(ai): resolve the Claude backend from the environment Tier 1 of #1406: a self-hosted deployment can now run every AI feature on a plain ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, with no AWS account. Hosted behaviour is unchanged. lib/ai/provider.ts resolves the backend once, from the environment: AI_PROVIDER explicit override, bedrock|anthropic AWS static key pair Bedrock ANTHROPIC_API_KEY the direct Anthropic API nothing set Bedrock, so the AWS credential provider chain (instance profile, IRSA) still resolves Bedrock deliberately wins when both credential sets are present. EU residency in eu-north-1 is a BFL/GDPR posture rather than a default, so adding an Anthropic key for an experiment must not silently move production inference out of the region. AI_PROVIDER is the way to say you meant it. Model ids are written bare in code and prefixed to eu.anthropic.* only for Bedrock, which needs the cross-region inference profile for on-demand throughput. An operator override that already carries a prefix passes through untouched, so BEDROCK_MODEL_ID and friends keep working as written. Converted call sites: the agent composer, invoice-inbox extraction, the document-extraction model label, and both receipt-hunt clients. The last two are not named in the issue, which predates receipt-hunt landing in main. @anthropic-ai/sdk is declared at 0.95.0, the version @anthropic-ai/bedrock-sdk 0.29.1 already pulled in transitively, so the lockfile dedupes to one copy with no new download. scripts/smoke-bedrock.ts becomes scripts/smoke-ai.ts and grows two steps. Unit tests can only prove which provider and model id get resolved; they cannot prove the resulting request is one the backend accepts. The script now sends real traffic over all three shapes the app uses: a plain create, a streamed turn carrying adaptive thinking, an effort level, an hour-long cache breakpoint and a tool, and document extraction end to end when given a file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Bergenheim <29535152+bjornbergenheim@users.noreply.github.com> * docs(self-hosting): document the AI smoke test The script added alongside the provider split is what closes the #1406 acceptance criterion ("document extraction and the assistant both work"), so a self-hoster needs to know it exists. Covers both invocations and states that it exits non-zero, which is what makes it usable as a post-deploy check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Bergenheim <29535152+bjornbergenheim@users.noreply.github.com> * test(ai): split the smoke test's thinking probe from its tool probe The combined probe could not falsify what it claimed to. It asked a question that needs a tool call, so the tool was used and adaptive thinking correctly declined to reason about it: the zero thinking-block count that came back was uninformative rather than a signal. 2a keeps the tool and drops thinking. 2b asks a question with several dependent steps (reverse charge, then a partial deduction, then the affected boxes) so that a model honouring the parameter must reason, and reports the thinking text length as well as the block count, since display:"summarized" can yield blocks with empty text. The cached system prompt is also padded past the 1024-token minimum cacheable prefix. Below that the API caches nothing and reports no error, so the old probe's cache counters read zero whether or not caching worked. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Bergenheim <29535152+bjornbergenheim@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(document-extraction): stop requiring AWS_REGION in the manifest The extension now needs one of two credential sets, AWS static keys or ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, and the manifest schema cannot express "one of". Since requiredEnvVars only drives a build-time warning and never gates anything, listing AWS_REGION told every self-hoster running the direct API to set a variable that has no effect for them. The description was also still promising Sonnet 4.6 via Bedrock specifically, which is no longer what the extension does. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Bergenheim <29535152+bjornbergenheim@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(ai): read documentKind defensively in the smoke test The field arrived with the receipt-aware extraction work, so referencing it directly stops the script compiling against any checkout from before that landed. tsconfig includes **/*.ts and next.config does not disable type checking, so on such a checkout this failed the production build rather than just the script: caught while preparing a test branch for a self-hosted instance that had not synced yet. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Bergenheim <29535152+bjornbergenheim@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(deps): restore the nested @swc/helpers entry in the lockfile Declaring @anthropic-ai/sdk with `npm install --package-lock-only` also pruned node_modules/next-intl/node_modules/@swc/helpers@0.5.23, an optional peer entry the local npm 11 considers redundant and the image's npm 10.9.8 does not. The result passed every local check and failed `npm ci` inside the Docker build, which is the only place the lockfile is actually enforced. The lockfile is now the previous one plus the single root dependency line, verified with `npm ci --dry-run`. @anthropic-ai/sdk needed nothing else: it was already in the tree as a transitive dependency of @anthropic-ai/bedrock-sdk. docs(bookkeeping): audit + runbook for template-caused mis-bookings (#1398)
* docs(bookkeeping): audit + runbook for template-caused mis-bookings Two of the template defects fixed this week produced postings that SUCCEEDED and are still sitting in customers' huvudbocker: travel_hotel debited 5820 Hyrbilskostnader instead of 5830 Kost och logi (#1397), and the representation template deducted 25% input VAT on a 12% restaurang supply (#1396). Fixing a template only changes future postings. Follows the pattern already established by SETTLEMENT_ACCOUNT_REMEDIATION.md for the same class of problem: read-only detection, per-entry evidence review, staged storno with explicit approval, no automated bulk mutation. Deliberately excludes vehicle_parking (5614) and it_cloud_hosting (5421). Those named accounts that never existed in BAS, so account-backfill could not seed them and every booking failed. Nothing was posted, nothing to remediate. Detection is by account signature and is diagnostic only, because there is no provenance link from a posted entry back to the template that produced it: template_id lives on mapping_rules, not on journal entries. Both signatures have legitimate shapes (5820 IS correct for real car hire; representation at 25% IS lawful when the supplier charged 25%), so a row is a question and never a verdict. The classifier is verified against seeded probes rather than assumed: a hotel booked to 5820 with a hotel counterparty ranks high, a genuine car hire on 5820 falls to manual review, a 25% representation ranks high, and a correct 12% representation does not appear at all. Query confirmed to run against the real schema (the lock date lives on company_settings, not companies). The runbook records what BFL 5 kap 5 § actually requires: both tracks, that storno is the only one available once a period is locked or the bookkeeping has been relied upon, and that there is NO numeric materiality threshold in BFL. Materiality decides whether a historical correction is worth making, never whether a silent one is allowed. For the VAT defect it also flags that a filed momsdeklaration makes this an omprovning question, not just a ledger one. feat(auth): make automatic logout an opt-in per-user setting (#1536)
* feat(auth): make automatic logout an opt-in per-user setting Session timeouts (30 min idle / 12 h absolute on hosted) now apply only to users who enable "Automatic logout" in Settings > Security. Default is off: sessions live for the full Supabase refresh-token lifetime, the behavior from before the 2026-07 session hardening. - user_preferences.auto_logout (migration, default false), toggled via the extended /api/user/preferences route - The opt-in is snapshotted into the signed timeout cookie at mint, so enforcement stays DB-read-free per request; the preferences route clears the cookie on change so a toggle takes effect immediately - Pre-toggle cookies are authentic-but-stale: re-minted preserving their timers, never routed down the tamper path, so the rollout does not log anyone out - NEXT_PUBLIC_SESSION_TIMEOUT_FORCE_ALL=true enforces timeouts for every user regardless of preference (emergency lever, also plumbed through the Docker image); self-hosted stays disabled by default Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): resolve PR #1536 review findings - Replace the spread upsert in /api/user/preferences with one literal payload per field: the phantom-column schema guard cannot resolve spread payloads (Unit tests 3/4 ceiling failure) - Map the preferences 500 through getErrorMessage so the user-facing text is Swedish (CodeRabbit) - fetchAutoLogoutPreference now returns null on a FAILED read instead of a fail-open false: callers skip minting so an unknown preference is never persisted into the year-long signed cookie, and the next request retries; failures log at error level, distinct from the normal opt-out path (compliance swarm GDPR Art.32(1)(b) / ISO A.8.5) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): write multi-field preference updates as one atomic upsert A request carrying both hide_assistant_fab and auto_logout previously issued two sequential writes, so a failure of the second returned 500 after half the request had persisted (CodeRabbit, PR #1536). One literal upsert per accepted field combination keeps the write atomic and stays resolvable for the phantom-column schema guard. feat(whatsapp-inbox): intake extension with webhook, phone linking and receipt ack (#1338)
Webhook lifecycle: GET hub.challenge handshake (constant-time verify-token compare); POST verifies X-Hub-Signature-256 over the RAW body before any parse, Zod-parses the envelope, persists inbound rows (partial-unique wamid = dedupe against Meta's up-to-7-day redelivery), acks 200 fast and defers media processing via the after() idiom. Rejected and rate-limited content always acks 200 and lands as skipped/error rows, never a retryable status. Linking: the settings panel (Installningar -> WhatsApp) mints AC- one-time codes (sha256 stored, 10 min TTL, single use, ambiguity-free alphabet); the webhook consumes the code, binds phone to user (HMAC-peppered hash + AES-256- GCM at rest) and confirms with M3. Keyword commands stopp/start/hjalp; unknown senders get one throttled M1 greeting (1/h, 3/day) behind the sender-quota RPC, with no media download and no content persistence. Intake worker: atomic claim on the message row (the durable job record), company resolution (default -> sole membership -> M6 fallback, no item), per-company inbox quota (ack-and-drop, M17 once per 10 min per sender), MIME allowlist, 10 MB stream-checked media download, exact sha256 duplicate check, then the shared uploadAndExtract funnel (source 'whatsapp', channel_context caption, whatsapp_message_id) and the M4 ack with extracted merchant/total/date. Failures wrap to 'error' + error_message + one M18. uploadAndExtract widened: source 'whatsapp', optional channelMeta + actorId; email/upload paths behaviorally unchanged. Deferred to PR4: burst debounce + combined ack (M5), in-chat company choice (M6 buttons + 8h pin), clarifying questions M7-M10, interpret-answer LLM call, sweep cron, retention cron. docs(self-hosting): AI runs on AWS Bedrock, not ANTHROPIC/OPENAI keys (#1407)
* docs(self-hosting): AI runs on AWS Bedrock, not ANTHROPIC/OPENAI keys A self-hoster followed SELF-HOSTING.md, set ANTHROPIC_API_KEY and OPENAI_API_KEY, and found document interpretation dead (with a 30s extraction-poll hang per upload). Neither key has been read since the ai-chat / receipt-ocr / ai-categorization extensions were removed in PR #157: all AI (document extraction and the assistant) goes through Claude on AWS Bedrock via AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID / AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY. - SELF-HOSTING.md, DOCKER.md, .env.example: document the Bedrock credentials and model overrides; point plain-key support at #1406 - SELF-HOSTING.md: drop the receipts-bucket setup for the removed receipt-ocr extension - EXTENSIONS.md: replace removed extensions with live ones in trees and examples; drop the AI-consent system claims (lib/extensions/ ai-consent.ts no longer exists); services-pattern example now uses the real stripe/skatteverket services - lib/init.ts: startup env warning now checks the AWS keys instead of the two dead vars, so a misconfigured self-host logs the truth Direct Anthropic API key support and pluggable providers: #1406. feat(auth): enforce session idle and absolute timeouts (#1387)
* feat(auth): enforce session idle and absolute timeouts Hosted browser sessions now carry an HMAC-signed, HttpOnly cookie holding session start, last activity and sign-in method, bound to the Supabase session. Middleware enforces a 30 min idle and 12 h absolute limit (reason-coded redirects to /login), a heartbeat route advances idle activity from real user input, and a client controller warns 2 minutes before expiry. BankID users are routed back to BankID on re-auth via a short-lived method hint. API-key and MCP bearer surfaces are exempt; self-hosted installs default off and can opt in via env vars. Fixes #362 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): derive session-timeout signing key via HKDF The HMAC key is now HKDF-derived with a purpose-bound info string, so the SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY fallback never uses the privileged credential directly as a signing key. Addresses the security review finding on PR #1387. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): back signature bytes with a plain ArrayBuffer crypto.subtle.verify requires a BufferSource; Uint8Array.from is typed over ArrayBufferLike, which the Vercel TypeScript build rejects. Decode base64url into a Uint8Array constructed over a fresh ArrayBuffer. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): address session-timeout review findings - signSessionTimeoutState returns null on signing failure instead of throwing, so a missing secret degrades the timeout feature in line with verifySessionTimeoutState rather than crashing authenticated requests; middleware and heartbeat skip the cookie write when null - heartbeat initializes a fresh signed state for a missing or session-mismatched cookie, mirroring middleware, instead of returning SESSION_EXPIRED during normal initialization - sessionStateMatchesUser treats an unresolved current session id as a mismatch for session-bound state so another session's cookie is never accepted on the userId fallback alone - drop aria-live from the countdown DialogDescription so screen readers are not interrupted every second Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(bookkeeping): resolve settlement account in all categorization flows and ship mis-booking audit (#1383)
Completes the #985/#986/#987 caller sweep: categorize-core, v1 batch-categorize, pending-operation edits and the MCP categorize path now resolve the settlement leg from the transaction's cash account instead of inheriting a hardcoded or stale account. Extends the correct_entry preview with currency, tax and dimension line metadata so staged corrections preserve full line fidelity. Adds a read-only audit query and a runbook for reviewing and correcting historical mis-bookings via staged storno with explicit approval; no automated bulk mutation. Fix/articles (#1216)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise, while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production. Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that are not repeated. userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger. State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row, consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing. provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client. provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up. Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before the scoped check ran. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A) The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in 20260416120000; this bucket was left behind. Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining legacy prefix objects. The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail the whole query instead of filtering the row out. deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to erase. The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and SHA-256 identical before repointing the row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user had been removed from the company kept reading. Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error strings with the canonical envelope. Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every other v1 read endpoint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and had become the top application consumer of production database time: measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at 7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on the booking path. PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side instead turns that into two indexed round trips. Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling. Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead, since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows. commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column, which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped on the newest rows indefinitely. The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap; the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly. ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change sort semantics on the route that currently works. Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had them. The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters, because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a write that never happened. dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write, and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to 5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0. Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the full tree. The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the lockfile, never workflow files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily. Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which settles the intent. documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession: the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention. webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line place to change that. A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list, and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they are named rather than silently rotting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email. This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined by next.config.ts. Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry personnummer and financial data. verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible. The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not forwarded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md. Structural roots closed: - resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking 1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING - ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document, not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed - sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed - tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all four baselines now empty - three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import, ungated-extension-route Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap), RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/ Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites with isSwedishUserMessage extended. Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice, recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep work and are verified green together. 13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge. 20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres). Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0 errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and ~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass: - replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid() (impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo - bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns - credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no cross-tenant figures in exception text - link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end - personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE - same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse - receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts - period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap - documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping - invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression), duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran - match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat) - refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window) - KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint - personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools - worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths - MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk - observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True, cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings call removed) Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests * fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215 pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() = 'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text, reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved. Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column, and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no longer renders as already filed. Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern (all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215 - restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch - replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap warning texts and update the pinned test expectations - drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment - strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate the 2026-07-27 compliance and security review findings - ROT/RUT deduction base is arbetskostnaden INKLUSIVE moms (HUSFL 2009:194 6-9 par.): computeDeduction takes the line vat_rate, all five call sites pass it, and tests pin Skatteverkets worked example (18 000 kr excl = 22 500 incl, ROT 6 750). - Momsdeklaration: new SALES_OUTPUT_VAT_SHORTFALL warning catches output VAT short of the reported sales base (one-directional, never filing-blocking). - SIE import: #RAR records validated for every year index (dates, ordering, 18-month BFL cap as warn-and-keep). - build-invoice-write: SEK invoices populate the *_sek twin columns (rate 1) so both creation paths produce the same row shape. - CI: daily Trivy SCA scan of the npm lockfile (replaces removed Dependabot); compliance review fails loudly on empty review.md. - arcim migration FX logging routed through the redacting structured logger. - docs/security/: authorization policy for the SIE bulk-delete RPC pair and the observability redaction contract. - Rewrote the swedish-payroll ob-overtime reference (was a byte-identical copy of sick-pay.md); skills:generate emitted the atom-body seed migration. Bug/resend and invoices (#1192)
* fix(invoices): anchor the PDF logo to the top-left of its header cell The logo box is always the full 240x80pt reserved area (any larger logo is clamped to exactly that), so objectFit: 'contain' placed the image inside it with the default 50% 50% centering. A wide banner logo fills the width and lands on the left margin, but a near-square logo scaled down to the 80pt height cap is only ~117pt wide and got pushed ~60pt in from the margin, which reads as a misaligned logo and forced companies to reshape their artwork. Anchor the image top-left so every aspect ratio starts at the margin. Covered by a test that renders the real PDF and reads the image placement matrix out of the content stream, for both a wide and a near-square logo. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): show the real delivery outcome in the send history "Skickad" only meant the email provider accepted the message, so a bounced invoice looked identical to one that arrived. Resend reports the outcome asynchronously; that report now lands on the delivery row and drives the history: green is reserved for a confirmed delivery, bounce/blocked reads red, delayed and spam-marked read amber, and an accepted-but-unconfirmed send is neutral instead of falsely green. The report arrives on a signed webhook and may only touch the three new provider status columns of an already sent, unredacted row: the WORM trigger proves nothing else changed, and a lower ranked or older report can never downgrade an observed failure. The provider reason text can quote the failing address, so it is masked on read and cleared by the daily PII redaction job. Timestamps also formatted in Europe/Stockholm instead of falling back to the runtime zone, which rendered a 14:05 send as 12:05 on Vercel. Delivery reports are per message, never per recipient: Resend sends one event for the whole message, so splitting a send per recipient would be the only way to get finer granularity, at the cost of CC. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): make the integration feed-only Stripe sync now only imports balance transactions into the transactions inbox, like any bank feed; nothing auto-books. The event/settlement sync (lib/sync.ts, lib/payouts.ts) stays in the repo but is no longer wired to any route or cron: the 15-min sync cron is removed from vercel.json. Payment links on invoice send are unchanged; their payments arrive as feed rows and are matched manually. - /sync runs only syncStripeBalanceTransactions; response is { success, transactions } - connecting via OAuth enables the nightly feed by default (toggle stays as opt-out) - panel: needs-review section and plumbing removed, copy rewritten to transactions-first (sv + en), toast reports fetched/imported/linked and calls out an empty result instead of silent all-zeros Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): return the article currency from the v1 article list The dashboard, importer, export and MCP article surfaces all learned to carry a non-SEK article price (#1166, #1183, #1184), but the v1 projection still omitted currency. An API or agent caller therefore read price_excl_vat with nothing marking it as EUR and would copy the number straight onto a SEK invoice line, at a nine-to-one error. Adds currency to the projection, the response shape and the example, plus a pitfall stating the price is not always SEK and that this endpoint does no FX conversion. Additive field only; no migration (articles.currency already exists). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(settings): replace the settings modal with a routed panel sheet Settings now renders as a sheet that fills the main panel, sliding up over the page the user came from and back down on close, with the sidebar and frame left visible and usable. Behind it sits one shared master-detail surface: underline search across every section and subsection, the grouped section rail, and the active section as a direct-editing accordion. All 11 sections are decomposed into subsections, and the legacy *SettingsContent components compose the same pieces so the stacked and accordion layouts cannot drift. The sheet is the only presentation, on every entry path. The intercepting route handles in-app navigation and closes by popping the history entry, landing back on the page underneath. @settingsModal/default.tsx handles cold loads (refresh, deep link, new tab), where interception never fires; nothing is mounted underneath there, so it closes to the dashboard. Both branch on one shared predicate, isSheetSection, together with the settings layout, which must render nothing for those sections or the surface would stack twice behind the sheet and run every section's fetches twice. Closing is deliberate rather than incidental: the X, Esc, or navigating away. The dialog is non-modal so the sidebar's account popover and company switcher keep working with settings up, and an outside click no longer dismisses it. Sections land fully collapsed, and the scroll position of the page behind survives opening and closing the sheet. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: enhance article management and settings UI - Add PATCH test for toggling article active state without other fields. - Remove unused MessageCircle icon from DashboardContent. - Refactor AccountingFrameworkForm to use SettingsFieldRow for better help text display. - Update CompanyInfoForm, DimensionsToggle, and various settings forms to replace description with help text. - Remove redundant headings and intros in several settings components to streamline UI. - Improve help text for various settings in English and Swedish translations. - Update structured error messages for better clarity on article deletion. * refactor(ArticleDetailPage): remove unused imports and duplicate state variable * fix(settings): own deep-linked settings routes by route list, not nav visibility Review fixes from the settings panel sheet work: * isSheetSection reads the full settings route list so a hidden-but-deep-linked section (assistant before BankID, banking in sandbox, api without MCP) is claimed by the sheet instead of rendering the legacy shell around an empty panel * keep 503 on the Resend delivery webhook when the signing secret is unset, with a test pinning the behaviour * stripe callback route test coverage Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor: update salary, tax, and templates settings components - Refactored SalarySettingsContent to use a form wrapper and improved payment settings UI. - Enhanced TaxSettingsContent with new signals for EU sales, KU obligations, and ROT/RUT deductions. - Updated TemplatesSettingsContent to remove legacy comments and improve readability. - Simplified navigation items by removing unnecessary constants and directly using hrefs. - Cleaned up translation files by removing deprecated keys and adding new descriptions for clarity. --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

chore: remove Dependabot (#1084)
Delete .github/dependabot.yml and update the two doc references that pointed at it. Weekly grouped bumps were noise, and the #884 grouped bump broke Bedrock streaming in prod; dependency updates are manual and deliberate from now on. The @anthropic-ai/bedrock-sdk 0.29.1 exact pin remains enforced by scripts/checks/no-new-antipatterns.mjs. Open dependabot PRs #1083, #1082, #1012 closed alongside this change. Check/salary bankid api (#892)
* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup - middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard - BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once (a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first, failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors - bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account - bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink (BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method) - login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: move secondary guides into docs/, delete dead root files Move DOCKER.md, SELF-HOSTING.md, WHITELABEL.md and extensions.md (renamed EXTENSIONS.md) into a new docs/ folder and update all path references (README, setup.sh, .dockerignore image rules, docker-publish workflow comment, _example-branding, lib/branding/service.ts). Delete two dead root files: customer.json (stray API-test payload) and findings.md (point-in-time swarm audit export, criticals already filed). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(api): security & correctness hardening + withRouteContext MFA migration across API routes Audit of ~100 app/api routes. Highlights: Security - agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped - calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only - bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded - agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated Correctness - account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000 rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) -> fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes) - voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced - 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed - assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed - invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent; deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod Convention - ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation, corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right where they figured out how something should be booked. - derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking (settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart) - extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility hints instead of duplicating them - save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts diverged. The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3 templates. Also fixed along the way: - Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all. - mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a non-fileable document before download. - Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR. - FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver (never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie the roll-forward exactly to booked UB. - build-input dedupes warnings now that the PDF path runs the same mapping. Regression test asserts no RR/BR label ever contains a four-digit account number again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr" with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode (prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest years. - lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis) - Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced, naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread - SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and now renders them - opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return 409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors: - Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek. Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate. - Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows. - Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied /api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well. - application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL) validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always failing the magic-byte check. - correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test). - Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE, TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE (company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots, skipping slots held by any existing row. - Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives). - Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of silently skipping the mirror. - Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt guidance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines. ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET /api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot follows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list bundle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks: - One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The separate /salary/runs/new page is gone. - Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail, KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/. - Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token], backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the route from auth redirects. - Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026). - AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid. - Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish, municipality tax-table lookup improvements. messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune, skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before this. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping - Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16 renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged). - Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs don't break the build type-check. - Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76. - template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding. - database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(), which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag. Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging. Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap) Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger, which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all. That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression). Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging.
