chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers (#2150)
* chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers Remove 33 dead files, ~270 unreferenced exports/types, 13 dead i18n namespaces and 4 unused dependencies; fold byte-identical helper copies into one canonical home each (lib/utils chunk/sleep/utcDateStamp, lib/dates/iso, lib/invariants/uuid, lib/xml/escape, lib/reports/sru/format, lib/pdf/number-text, lib/browser/panel-request, lib/api/v1/body + v1ValidationError rolled out to ~55 v1 routes, booking-template schemas). No behaviour change: v1 bodies and status codes, MCP tool schemas, DB writes and money math are untouched. Naive ore rounding was deliberately not swapped for roundOre; see DECISIONS.md 2026-09-02 for the full list of things left alone on purpose. tsc, lint, 19588 unit tests and check:guards green; antipattern baseline ratcheted (naive-ore-round 622 -> 620, hand-rolled-invariant 115 -> 113). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(transactions): import RawTransaction from @/types after the ingest re-export removal CI's type ratchet (check:types, full tsconfig) caught the one test file that still imported the type through lib/transactions/ingest. feat(salary): update_salary_run MCP tool and editable draft payment date (#2041)
* feat(salary): update_salary_run MCP tool and editable draft payment date payment_date drives the booking entry date but was only editable via the v1 PATCH. Close the gap on both remaining surfaces: - New staged MCP write tool gnubok_update_salary_run (search-only catalog; tools/list budget is at zero headroom) accepting the exact v1 PATCH field set: payment_date, voucher_series, notes. Draft-only with the same optimistic lock semantics, via a new shared service lib/salary/update-run.ts used by both the staging preflight and the commit executor. - Run header UI: payment date on a draft run is now an inline date input (prefilled, committed on blur/Enter, snaps back on failure), saved through the existing internal PATCH. Read-only once not draft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): op-type migration, calc invalidation on date change, scanner compliance Consolidated CI + review fix pass for #2041: - pg-real: add 'update_salary_run' to pending_operations_operation_type_check (wholesale re-create, NOT VALID + VALIDATE pair, mirroring 20260828160000/1). - Swedish accounting review: a payment_date change on a draft run now clears every roster row's calculation_breakdown (shared service and internal PATCH alike), so both book preflights refuse the run until a recalculation has run against the new date; skatteavdrag and the AGI redovisningsperiod follow the payment month. Staging preview exposes invalidates_calculation and the next hint states the clearing. - no-phantom-columns: literal select strings in update-run.ts; ceiling +1 with a documented reason for the inherent patch-shaped UPDATE payload. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): close skeptic findings on payment_date editing Skeptic round 1 refuted two paths; both closed: - Retry idempotency (correctness): the calculation_breakdown clear was gated on new-date-differs-from-stored, so a retry after a partial failure (header committed, clear failed) compared against the already updated date and skipped the clear forever, leaving a stale calculation bookable. The clear is now gated on payment_date being SUPPLIED, on all three surfaces (shared service, internal PATCH, v1 PATCH: the v1 route previously had no clear at all and bypassed the invariant). - Kontantprincipen (compliance): AGI derives its redovisningsperiod from period_year/period_month while the verifikat books on payment_date, so a cross-month payment_date change could book salary in one month and declare it in another. All three edit surfaces now refuse a payment_date outside the run's period month with the new structured error SALARY_RUN_PAYMENT_DATE_OUTSIDE_PERIOD; the UI date input is min/max-bounded to the period month. - The internal PATCH update is now optimistic-locked on status='draft' (races return 400 instead of silently writing), matching the v1 PATCH and the shared service, and the clear cannot fire for a run that left draft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): carry book_skattekonto op types through the constraint re-create The sibling migration 20260830130000 (merged from main) re-created pending_operations_operation_type_check with book_skattekonto_row and book_skattekonto_rows. This branch's 20260830150000 sorts after it and re-creates the constraint wholesale, so its list must be that migration's superset or the two values would be silently revoked at apply time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): value-validate internal PATCH and grandfather out-of-period dates Two skeptic follow-ups: - The internal PATCH now validates values, not just keys: JSON body must be an object, payment_date must be ISO (shared ISO_DATE_RE), voucher_series a single A-Z letter, notes a string of max 2000 chars or null: the same rules as the v1 UpdateSalaryRunSchema, so nothing unvalidated can reach the DB through the whitelist. - Creation does not (yet) couple payment_date to the period month, so a legally created out-of-period date must stay correctable. All three edit surfaces now allow day adjustments within the run's CURRENT payment month as well as the period month (grandfather clause); no move can introduce a new wrong month. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): resolve migration version collision with delete_draft_invoice Main's delete_draft_invoice PR landed on the same 20260830150000/150001 versions and also re-creates pending_operations_operation_type_check. Rename this branch's pair to 20260830160000/160001 (applies last) and carry delete_draft_invoice through the wholesale re-create so nothing is silently revoked. Final list = sibling's list + update_salary_run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * docs(salary): regenerate accounted-api skill for the new PATCH pitfalls apiskill:check byte-compares the generated skill against the registry; the two pitfalls added to the v1 salary-runs PATCH endpoint made references/salary-runs.md stale and failed Core Build. fix(salary): surface employee-save failures and a typed 503 for the missing encryption key (#1996) (#2009)
* fix(salary): surface employee-save failures in the dialog and type the missing encryption key (#1996) Pressing Spara in "Ny anställd" could fail without any feedback: a thrown fetch or a non-JSON 5xx body escaped handleSubmit before setSaving(false) ran, leaving the button stuck on "Sparar..." and the dialog silent. Even when the toast did fire, the Radix modal aria-hides the root-layout Toaster, so assistive tech (and the E2E driver that found this) heard nothing, and the requestId support needs was never shown anywhere. - NewEmployeeDialog: fetch + parse run in a never-throwing helper, saving is released in finally, the body is parsed with json().catch(() => null) so an HTML/plain-text error page still maps through the HTTP-status map, and the failure is rendered inline (role="alert" in the footer) with "Ärende-id: <requestId>" next to the single destructive toast. - personnummer.ts: the production "key missing" throw now carries the registry code PERSONNUMMER_ENCRYPTION_NOT_CONFIGURED, and the SALARY registry gains a 503 entry naming PERSONNUMMER_ENCRYPTION_KEY with a "contact support" message and a remediation hint. withRouteContext emits the typed envelope automatically instead of INTERNAL_ERROR 500, which read as transient and invited retries that can never succeed. - Tests for the route (401, 400, 503 with requestId and no insert), the key guard, the registry entry, errorResponse dispatch on a coded Error, and getErrorMessage locale handling of the new envelope. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015nAd8XJ2RPCmG2eKoLBdna * fix(salary): address review findings (#1996) - NewEmployeeDialog: fall back to the X-Request-Id response header when the body carries no error.requestId. The route hand-builds its 409 (duplicate personnummer) and generic insert-failure 500 bodies as flat strings, so the inline "Ärende-id" line was hidden for exactly the DB-failure class the issue names; withRouteContext sets the header on every response. - Route tests pin that the 409 and 500 insert-error arms carry X-Request-Id. fix(payroll): expose jämkning percentage and validity on the employee tax form (#1988)
* fix(payroll): expose jämkning percentage and validity on the employee tax form (#1913) An employee with a Skatteverket jämkning decision could not have the adjusted withholding percentage set anywhere in the app: model, API and engine supported jamkning_percentage / jamkning_valid_from / jamkning_valid_to end to end, but EmployeeTaxCard never exposed them. - EmployeeTaxCard: percentage input plus required from/to dates in the A-skatt branch; null (= clear the beslut) when emptied or when no table applies, mirroring tax_table_number. Both dates are required because isJamkningValid only applies a beslut when both are set. - Edit page: PATCH body sends the three fields as explicit values (guarded on the card having reported), card initial seeded from the employee, read-only Jämkning row in the tax section. - NewEmployeeDialog: initial tax state and POST body carry the fields. - Legacy PATCH /api/salary/employees/[id]: merged-state jämkning check (start date required, dates ordered), same rule and messages as v1 and employee-commands, gated on the PATCH touching a jamkning key. - lib/api/schemas.ts: truthful comment on the engine's both-dates gate. - i18n: salary_employee.tax_jamkning_* in sv and en. - Tests on the legacy PATCH route (400 x4, 200 x3) and the POST route. The engine is deliberately untouched; the API/MCP contract (valid_to optional) stays as is, follow-up filed in the PR body. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01FkUfWtuFCUkNtRAgMQCse2 * fix(payroll): jämkning keys reach the employee PATCH only when visible and edited (#1913) Review findings on #1988: the card reported null for the three jämkning fields whenever its inputs were hidden (sidoinkomst, F-skatt, FA-skatt, ej verifierad) and the edit page forwarded those nulls, so toggling sidoinkomst or fixing a phone number on an FA-skatt employee silently wiped a stored beslut (which the engine still applies for FA-skatt). The two date inputs were also natively required whenever a percentage was present, so a beslut stored via the API/MCP without valid_to (allowed by the schema) blocked the whole form on unrelated edits. - lib/salary/jamkning-patch.ts (new): isJamkningEditable() and jamkningPatch(); the keys are spread into the PATCH body with explicit values (null = clear) only when the inputs were visible and edited, otherwise omitted like every other sparse field. - EmployeeTaxCard: jamkning_touched flag on EmployeeTaxValue, set by the three handlers; required on both dates gated on it; non-blocking hint (tax_jamkning_incomplete_hint, sv + en) on a seeded beslut missing a date. - Edit page spreads jamkningPatch(tax); NewEmployeeDialog initial state carries the flag. - Tests: lib/salary/__tests__/jamkning-patch.test.ts (keys omitted for sidoinkomst / f_skatt / fa_skatt / not_verified / untouched seeded row, explicit nulls when cleared, spread shape). - DECISIONS.md: one line. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01FkUfWtuFCUkNtRAgMQCse2 * test(payroll): type the insert mock's payload so the typecheck ratchet accepts the jamkning tests vi.fn(() => ...) infers an empty parameter tuple, so insert.mock.calls[0][0] failed TS2493 under the new check:types gate (#1980) on CI. Declaring the payload parameter keeps the assertions and makes the tuple indexable. feat(white-label): byra white-label infrastructure: brands, cockpit, home domains, branded email (#1956)
* feat(white-label): brand and team-kind foundation
- brands table: one white-label identity per byra team (unique mutable
domain, row presence = live, email sender identity, hex color CHECKs)
- teams.kind ('personal'|'byra'): ops-only kind changes, deterministic
ensure_user_team (personal team only), AFTER UPDATE role re-sync so a
demoted consultant loses admin in client books immediately
- resolveBrandByHost/resolveBrandForCompany with 60s TTL cache, derived
chrome tone and WCAG contrast gate; no brand row = default appearance
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): per-request brand theming, wordmark slot and source footer
- root layout resolves the brand from the Host header and injects a
server-rendered style block (light + dark), font pair classes and a
BrandProvider/useBranding context; default hosts render byte-identically
- BrandWordmark logo slot, host-aware manifest and favicon,
images.remotePatterns for Supabase Storage logos
- curated font menu mechanism (font_key -> variable pair, preload:false
for non-default entries)
- AGPL source-code footer link on login and public pages, both brands
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): byra team invites, member management and team billing
- team invites unfrozen behind a kind gate (byra teams only, owner/admin
invite); members route handles multi-team membership; members/[id]
unfrozen with last-owner protection; invite management UI in settings
- billing/status learns team-scoped grants and the settings page shows a
read-only "part of the byra agreement" state instead of the upgrade pitch
- 30-day trial suppressed for companies created under a byra team
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): brand-aware outbound mail, auth email hook and public invoice branding
- every outbound mail is sent in the brand of the company it concerns:
getSenderForCompany/getBaseUrlForCompany chain (verified brand domain,
"via Accounted" fallback, canonical default) wired into invites,
payslips, invoice deliveries and reminders
- Supabase Send Email hook endpoint (signature-verified with node:crypto,
dormant until configured) renders auth mail per brand via redirect origin
- public invoice pages carry the company's brand mark
- snapshot suite per template class guards against wrong-brand mail
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): byra cockpit, home-domain rule and tab guard
- Klienter route: five urgency-sorted columns (company, unbooked, inbox,
next deadline via the status engine, last booked) for byra team members,
who land there after login on their home domain
- soft switch straight into a client and back; blocking two-exit tab
guard against writes to the wrong active company
- client company creation admin-gated at the DB level (a created company
is +1 on the byra invoice), bound to the byra team, no trial
- home-domain rule in the UI: switcher partitions companies by host,
signpost page for companies homed elsewhere
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): brand-aware app name across UI strings
- 24 message keys per locale converted to the {appName} ICU parameter,
27 call sites pass the active brand name (useBranding client-side,
getRequestAppName server-side)
- 6 hardcoded JSX literals swept; statutory filing and API identity
surfaces deliberately keep the Accounted name
- 34 new i18n keys for the cockpit, team invites, billing state, tab
guard, signpost and source footer (sv/en parity verified)
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* docs(white-label): domain glossary and decision log entries
- CONTEXT.md: the white-label ubiquitous language (brand, byra team,
home domain, signpost, umbrella subdomain, brand color, cockpit)
- DECISIONS.md entries from the build waves
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): lean byra cockpit sidebar with company-mode back link
Byra team members now get a two-mode sidebar: on cockpit routes (/clients
and the new /byra pages) only Hem, Klienter, Automationer and Nyckeltal
show; entering a client company brings back the full company sidebar with
a pinned back-to-clients link (expanded, rail and mobile). New pages: /byra
home with client count, needs-action count and per-client urgent deadlines
reusing the fetchClientOverview aggregation, plus designed empty states for
/byra/automations and /byra/kpi. Signpost gate allows the byra routes;
non-byra users are unaffected.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): cockpit shows no active company and keeps lean sidebar under settings
In cockpit mode the bottom user widget no longer shows the active company
subline or the company-switcher flyout: the cockpit sits above the
companies and clients are entered through the Klienter list. The settings
modal previously flipped the sidebar to the full company nav behind it
because the pathname becomes /settings/*; the sidebar now keeps the mode
of the surface underneath.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): keep company picker in cockpit with nothing selected
The cockpit user menu gets the company-switcher flyout back, but neutral:
the row reads "Valj bolag", no company carries the check mark or active
styling, and picking any company (including the technically-active one)
enters it with a full navigation. Company mode is unchanged.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* chore(db): renumber white-label migrations past main and add byra settings scope
Renumber 20260801100000-120000 to 20260804110000-113000: main already
carries applied versions up to 20260803231000, and Supabase branching
refuses local migrations stamped before the remote head (the repo rule
from 5932632f5: keep new versions strictly newest). Comment references
updated in the pg tests, route docs and onboarding precheck.
Also ships the byra settings scope: settings opened from the cockpit
(?ctx=byra, honored only for byra team members) show account-level
sections only (Konto, Medlemmar och roller), hide company-scoped
sections and the company kicker, and the team section is registered in
SETTINGS_SECTIONS so Medlemmar och roller renders inside the settings
window. The cockpit user menu drops Abonnemang and carries the scope on
its links; section switches preserve it.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(byra): cross-client nyckeltal view in the cockpit
Period presets and company chips in the URL, summary tiles, merged
monthly income/expense chart and a sortable per-client KPI table.
Numbers come from the existing get_kpi_report_aggregates RPC per
client (no new migrations); calendar months are the cross-client
axis since clients can have different fiscal years.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): byra self-service brand logo and app name
New Varumarke settings section (byra scope, owner/admin): logo
upload/remove and an editable app name; domain stays read-only.
brands has no write RLS by design, so writes go through
/api/byra/brand routes with the service client behind an explicit
owner/admin team check. Files land in logos/byra/{teamId}/. The
expanded sidebar shows the brand app name beside the logo.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): route root layout through the shared brand resolver
app/layout.tsx carried a private copy of resolveRequestBrand, so it
and lib/branding/request-brand.ts could drift. The layout now uses
the shared function, which also gains a BRAND_DEV_DOMAIN override:
on literal localhost hosts only, resolve that brand so branding is
testable in local dev. Real domains are unaffected even if the
variable leaks into a deployment.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(byra): automations roadmap teaser and cockpit i18n strings
The Automationer tab now previews the planned automation set
(Monday briefing, deadline watch, rule-driven bookkeeping,
connection watch, monthly checklist, report delivery) instead of a
bare empty state. Bundles the sv/en strings for the whole cockpit
wave (nyckeltal, varumarke, automations) and the decision-log
entries.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): byra owners/admins land in the cockpit, not an auto-picked company
After login "/" resolved the first-membership fallback and opened a client
company nobody chose, and the top-left brand mark always linked back to it.
Byra owners/admins now home to /byra: the logo links there always, and "/"
redirects there unless a company was explicitly picked this browser session.
The middleware writes the fallback company back to user_preferences, so the
DB cannot tell picked from auto-picked; setActiveCompany stamps a session
cookie (gnubok-company-picked) on every explicit switch instead. The byra
check on "/" reuses the layout's team_members query via a request-cached
helper, so it costs no extra round trip. Byra members and regular users are
unchanged.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* refactor(white-label): drop brand color theming, keep monochrome everywhere
White-label is logo + app name + domain only (founder call): the
layout no longer injects brand color CSS variables, stamps
data-brand or colors the browser chrome. buildBrandVarsCss, its
WCAG gate and the brand_color/chrome_color columns stay dormant
for a future opt-in.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(db): arm SIE RPC statement_timeout via pgrst.db_pre_request hook
ALTER FUNCTION ... SET statement_timeout (20260629160100, 20260721144311)
never re-arms the running statement's timer, so large SIE imports still
died at the role default 8s. The pre-request hook runs as its own
statement before the main query, so set_config there is what the main
statement's timer is armed with. Scoped by request path to the three SIE
RPCs; every other request keeps 8s.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(byra): drop the 'what's coming' tail from the automations intro
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): byra owners/admins with zero companies land in the empty cockpit
Both no-company gates (Edge middleware and the dashboard layout) sent
every company-less user to the onboarding wizard, which forced a fresh
byra owner to create a personal company before ever seeing the cockpit.
Byra owners/admins now pass through to cockpit routes (/byra, /clients,
/companies/new, /settings, /api) and are steered to /byra elsewhere.
Plain byra members and regular users keep the onboarding redirect.
The membership lookup runs only in the rare no-company state, so the
middleware hot path is untouched.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): auth wordmark shows the brand logo alone
Byra logos usually carry their own name, so logo + app name text on the
login/register hero read as a duplicate. Branded hosts with an uploaded
logo now render the logo only, with the app name as the image's alt
text. Hosts without a logo keep the text wordmark unchanged.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): per-brand favicon via brands.favicon_url
Branded hosts used logo_url as the tab icon, which squashes wide byra
lockups at 16px. New optional brands.favicon_url holds a square mark;
the root layout prefers it and falls back to logo_url as before.
Migration applied to staging (idempotent DDL).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(auth): wire the villkor and integritetspolicy footer links
Both auth pages shipped with href="#" placeholders. Villkor now points
at the platform terms on the marketing site (accounted.se/terms; the
terms are the platform's even on branded byra hosts) and
integritetspolicy at the in-app /privacy page, host-relative so it
resolves on every branded domain. Both open in a new tab so the auth
form state survives.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(settings): styled popup for the team role dropdowns
The byra team panel's role pickers (member rows + invite form) were
native selects, so the opened list rendered as the unstylable OS menu.
Swapped to the Radix Select with the popup styled like every other
overlay; the trigger keeps the flat quiet SettingsSelect look.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(email): branded sender shows the brand name alone, no via-platform
Byra invite mail read "Willem via Accounted" in the From display name.
The tier-2 fallback (brand on the platform address) now renders just the
brand name; the platform stays visible in the actual From address until
the brand verifies its own sender domain (tier 1, unchanged).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): byra landing applies to every team member, not only owners/admins
An invited byra consultant (role member) still landed in an auto-picked
client company after signup. The cockpit landing rules ("/" redirect,
brand-mark home link, and both no-company gates) now key on byra team
MEMBERSHIP instead of the owner/admin role: anyone with cockpit access
homes to /byra. Regular users unchanged.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(email): branded team invite names the byra, not "ett team pa <platform>"
Subject, headline, body and text variant now read "Du har blivit
inbjuden till <Byra>" (brand casing kept) when the team has a brand.
Brandless teams keep the platform phrasing byte-identical.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): sidebar keeps cockpit mode after refresh on settings
The sidebar's cockpit/company decision on /settings/* rested on React
state remembering the surface underneath, which a hard reload wipes: a
byra user refreshing settings opened from the cockpit got the full
company nav and read it as landing in a client company. The ?ctx=byra
marker already in the URL survives reloads, so the sidebar now honors
it as the cockpit signal alongside the in-session memory.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): hide the active-company chip in byra-scoped settings
The full-page settings header (the hard-refresh fallback surface) showed
the ActiveCompanyBadge even under ?ctx=byra, so a byra user read the
auto-active client as "the company I am in". The chip now follows the
same byra-scope rule as the modal's kicker.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): tab guard no longer fires in the tab that initiated the switch
BroadcastChannel delivers the company-switch broadcast to every listener in
the same tab too, so the cockpit tab raised its own WL-09 "switched in
another tab" dialog over the hard navigation into the clicked client.
performCompanySwitch now marks the switch as self-initiated; CompanyTabSync
suppresses only the dialog for that observation (stray writes still get
their 409) and clears the marker on bfcache restore so back-navigation
regains the full guard.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(settings): styled popups for every settings dropdown
SettingsSelect rendered a native <select>, whose OS listbox cannot be
styled and clashes with the panel (same problem the team-panel role
dropdowns had). It now renders through Radix Select with the flat
dashed-underline trigger, keeping the native prop surface so all 13 call
sites work unchanged: value/defaultValue, onChange(e.target.value),
<option> children, and a hidden input that carries `name` into
SettingsFormWrapper's FormData read and raises the bubbling input event
its dirty tracking listens for. Empty-string option values map onto a
sentinel at the Radix boundary. The backup form's boxed fiscal-year
select moves to the shadcn Select with a placeholder.

* feat(white-label): home-domain affinity redirect in middleware
Every signed-in user now homes on a domain: byra team members on their
brand's domain, everyone else on the platform app URL, except a byra's
client users, whose home is the byra domain their companies live under.
On any other product host the request redirects to the home domain's
root, where the user meets the RIGHT branded login (sessions are
per-domain by design). localhost, direct *.vercel.app hosts and IP
hosts are exempt; a 15-minute host-scoped cookie caches the "this is
home" verdict so the hot path costs zero extra queries; lookup failures
fail open. Complements the WL-01 signpost, which keeps handling
per-company homing inside a domain.

* fix(white-label): render hero brand logo at 64px on auth pages
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): shareable invite link and re-send for byra team invites
A failed invite mail previously surfaced only as a toast description while
the invitation quietly waited for a mail that never arrived (the Arbore
case). The inviter now always has a recovery path:
- persistent share-link line after invite create/re-send: ochre attn line
with a copy action when the mail did not go out, quiet muted line with
the same action when it did
- POST /api/team/invite/[id] re-sends a pending invitation with a fresh
token and expiry (same byra-only owner/admin gates as DELETE)
- brand mail sending extracted to lib/email/send-team-invite.ts, shared
by create and re-send so the two paths cannot drift

* fix(white-label): sidebar shows uploaded brand logo alone, no app-name label
Byra logos usually carry their own name, so logo + text in the expanded
sidebar read as a duplicate (same founder call as BrandWordmark,
2026-08-05). The app-name label now renders only for branded hosts
without an uploaded logo.

* fix(white-label): close the four skeptic refutations before merge
- trial seed: migration 130300 now carries the seven-key PAID body from
20260818170000 plus the byra guard, instead of silently reverting it;
pg test pins the full key set against PAID_CAPABILITIES
- byra gate: new migration 130600 adds the owner/admin gate to
create_company_for_user (v1 API + MCP path), and both surfaces resolve
the default team personal-only, so a consultant's private company can
never attach to the byra team
- home-domain: byra staff who also have canonical-homed companies are no
longer redirected off the platform host; the signpost handles per-company
homing (5 new middleware tests)
- settings selects: the Radix popup renders optgroup group headers again
(ROT/RUT work-type picker)

* test(schema): re-baseline unresolvable-expression ceiling after #1954 catch-up merge
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): pg-real rollback-safe assertions and deep-link-preserving affinity redirect
The byra company-creation pg test asserted persisted rows through the pool
after withUserContext, which always rolls back its transaction; the
assertions now run inside the transaction after RESET ROLE. The home-domain
affinity redirect carries the original path and query across the domain hop
(PR Agent finding), so invite links and deep links survive the correction.

perf(forms): supplier-invoice form, register forms and review dialogs read the session cache (#1938)
The supplier-invoice editor issued four requests on every mount (suppliers, accounts, settings, fiscal periods) and defaulted vatRegistered=true, entity type and rounding until /api/settings landed, so the moms controls visibly flipped. The register forms fetched the whole chart of accounts to fill one konto combobox, and each transaction review dialog refetched accounts, cash accounts or settings per open. - use-supplier-invoice-data: thin composition of useSuppliers, useAccounts, useCompanySettings and useFiscalPeriods; the settings-driven gates come from a pure deriveSupplierInvoiceDefaults() (tested) instead of state that flips when the fetch returns; the per-invoice öresavrundning toggle is the one local override. Inline supplier create invalidates the shared list instead of patching local state. - SupplierForm, ArticleForm (posting accounts), QuickReviewDialog, InvoiceMatchDialog, supplier-invoices/[id] (payment dialog chart): useAccounts; ArticleForm's inline account create invalidates the chart. - BulkBookDialog, MatchVoucherDialog, DuplicateBookingDialog: cash accounts from useCashAccounts (resolveAccount over the cached list; an empty list still resolves to 1930 with the fallback note). - QuickReviewDialog, BulkBookDialog, NewEmployeeDialog, customers list (default payment terms), salary run page (payment format, bank, IBAN, dimensions): derived from useCompanySettings; the salary page's post-settings-modal refetch becomes a cache invalidation. raw-reference-fetch ratchet: 45 -> 35 files. fix(skatteverket): skattekonto-OCR is 13 digits, and the AGI panel stops guessing that you have not signed (#1888)
* fix(skatteverket): skattekonto-OCR is 13 digits, and the AGI panel stops guessing that you have not signed Two reports from the same salary run (Fabian, Specific AI Sweden AB). 1. The payment file carried an OCR Skatteverket does not accept. generateSkattekontoOcr built the reference from the TEN-digit org number plus a Luhn check digit (11 digits). Skatteverket's reference is the TWELVE-digit identity plus a check digit: an organisationsnummer carries the "16" prefix, a personnummer its century. For 559547-0021 we emitted 55954700211 where Skatteverket prints 1655954700217. The twelve-digit form is the same "redovisare" identity the AGI and moms APIs take, so it now goes through the shared toRedovisare12 converter instead of a second local rule: the payment file and the declaration it pays must not disagree about who the taxpayer is. That needs the entity type, which the route now reads alongside org_number. The route also prefers saldo.ocrNummer from the cached skattekonto snapshot over the derived value. It is Skatteverket's own answer for the account we actually sync, it covers identities the converter has no rule for (samordningsnummer, GD-nummer), and it covers the companies whose companies.org_number has drifted from company_settings.org_number. 2. AGI status stayed on "väntar på BankID-signatur i Mina Sidor" after the user had signed. Reading the kvittens needs a live Skatteverket session, and the personal token lives ~65 minutes, so by the time anyone signs in Mina Sidor the 2-hourly kvittens cron finds a dead token and skips quietly. The panel kept asserting a state it could no longer observe. It now says so instead, and the reconnect action already on the panel is the fix: runPostConnectRefresh reconciles pending declarations on a fresh consent. sessionExpiredStatus also counts the needs_reconsent health flag, which a cron can set while the access token is still inside its hour; without it the panel reported a dead connection as healthy. Background reconciliation without a reconnect needs the läsombud grant, which is a registration decision and not part of this change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(skatteverket): say why the entity_type collapse in the payment-file route is total companies.entity_type is NOT NULL with CHECK IN ('enskild_firma', 'aktiebolag'), so the ternary cannot silently mis-tag an enskild firma as a legal entity and give a personnummer the "16" prefix. Two review bots read it as an unguarded default; write down the constraint that makes it safe instead of leaving the next reader to re-derive it. feat(salary): skattekonto payment file as ISO 20022 pain.001 (#1845)
The tax payment file (skatt + arbetsgivaravgifter to Skatteverket BG 5050-1055) was Bankgirot LB only; banks that take pain.001 for salary, like SEB via file communication agreements, refuse the LB .txt. The route now accepts ?format=pain001 and generates the payment through the supplier-payment pain.001 generator, whose Swedish giro dialect (BG payee + SCOR OCR, Validex-validated) is exactly this payment shape. The TaxPaymentPanel gets the same format selector as the salary PaymentFilePanel, seeded from company_settings.preferred_payment_format, with the missing-sender warning per format (bankgiro for LB, IBAN for pain.001). A migration widens the tax_payment_file_format CHECK to admit 'pain001'; bg_lb stays the default for old clients. fix(salary): show the sysselsättningsgrad product next to the run salary input (#1702)
A Discord report had a 10 % employee: typing 4 531 in the run gave a 453,10 kr gross, so the user typed 45 310 to get it right. The engine was correct (grundlön = månadslön × sysselsättningsgrad / 100) but nothing on the row said so; the formula only lived in Beräkningsdetaljer. Below 100 % the row now prints "× 10 % = 4 531 kr" under the monthly salary (input and read-only shapes), and both employee forms explain under Sysselsättningsgrad that the base salary is monthly salary × degree. fix(salary): show the AGI kvittensnummer from agi_declarations regardless of who fetched it (#1692)
* fix(salary): show the AGI kvittensnummer from agi_declarations regardless of who fetched it
When the kvittens cron (or the post-connect refresh) picks up a signed AGI it
deletes the period-scoped agi_submission_{period} cache on purpose, and the
salary run then rendered "Skickad till Skatteverket <date>" with no
kvittensnummer, signatory or signing time even though all three were stored
on agi_declarations. Since the cron runs every 15 minutes while the panel
polls only three times after the signing link is created, that was the
normal outcome for anyone who signs at an unhurried pace (#1597).
GET /agi/status now serves the receipt from agi_declarations
(kvittensnummer, response_data.signeradAv/signeradTid, submitted_at,
submittedAtEstimated) whenever the cache is absent; the cache still wins
when present because it is the only place the in-flight states live. The
declaration-sourced record deliberately carries no salaryRunId (the period
row is repointed at a correction run on regeneration), so ownership is
resolved from signeradTid/submittedAt against the run's agi_submitted_at
stamp and from updatedAt = submitted_at. AGIPanel labels the timestamp as
approximate when it is our reconciliation-time fallback rather than
Skatteverket's signeradTid. The MCP gnubok_agi_status tool uses the same
read.

fix(analytics): mask session replays by default, chrome-only unmask (#1639)
* fix(analytics): mask session replays by default, chrome-only unmask Invert PostHog session-replay masking from visible-by-default with pattern masking to deny-by-default: every input value is masked wholesale (rrweb maskAllInputs, no maskInputFn) and every text node is masked unless it sits under data-ph-unmask chrome or a table column header (th). Chrome tags live on the shared UI primitives (PageHeader, Label, Button except combobox triggers, TabsTrigger, Badge, Card/Dialog/Sheet titles, tooltips, help popovers, empty states, settings labels), and tagged chrome is still pattern-scrubbed for amounts and person-/organisationsnummer. data-ph-mask beats data-ph-unmask, so call sites that interpolate user data into chrome stay masked; a very-thorough audit swept every unmasked primitive and each found site got a call-site mask. Confirm-dialog wrappers and toasts stay masked centrally: their copy describes user objects by design. Untagged new UI over-masks instead of leaking. Privacy policy, RoPA and decision log updated in the same change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(analytics): tag detail-section chrome merged from main The register-detail primitives landed on main after the replay-masking audit ran: kickers and DefRow labels are static i18n chrome, values stay masked. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(analytics): close skeptic and review findings on replay masking Explicit data-ph tags now resolve before the th chrome fallback, so a th nested inside a data-ph-mask container masks correctly (regression test added). Seven missed text-leak sites get call-site masks: delete-invoice and credit-page invoice numbers, IB-correction voucher reference, TIC orgnr (served unnormalized, so the separator-based scrub cannot be relied on), articles search-term empty state, dimension segment labels, and activate-account buttons. The attribute channel is closed with rrweb's blockClass: inputs whose placeholder carries an effective user value (salary overrides, correction description, danger-zone confirms, credit confirm) get ph-no-capture, removing the element from recordings while the prefill UX stays intact; the pivot-th title attribute is dropped. Privacy-policy effective date bumped to 2026-08-17. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(salary): surface missing sender bankgiro/IBAN before betalfil download (#1640)
* fix(salary): surface missing sender bankgiro/IBAN before betalfil download Users see a bankgiro under BANKUPPGIFTER in settings (Bolagsverket snapshot, display only) while the payment-file routes read company_settings.bankgiro, so the LB download failed with an error that pointed at a page that looked correct. 153 companies have a registry bankgiro but an empty settings field. - PaymentFilePanel warns up front when the sender bankgiro (bg_lb) or IBAN (pain001) is missing, linking to Installningar -> Fakturering - betalkonton form offers a one-click prefill of the bankgiro from companies.tic_snapshot (Luhn-validated, user still saves) - bg-lb and skattekonto payment-file error copy now names the exact place to fix instead of 'foretagsinstallningar' Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): harden bankgiro prefill and warning per skeptic review - bankgiroFromTicSnapshot now requires the snapshot's orgNumber to match companies.org_number before suggesting anything: stale fuzzy-matched snapshots can hold another entity's profile, and this field becomes the payee account on invoices and Peppol e-invoices - salary run page refetches settings when the URL returns from the intercepting settings modal, so a bankgiro/IBAN saved there clears the missing-sender warning instead of leaving it stale Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(salary): one save per surface on the employee form (#1623)
* fix(salary): one save per surface on the employee form The employee edit page stacked two competing saves: the opening-balances Card ended in "Spara ingaende saldon" and the page ended in "Spara andringar" 80px below, with no visible boundary between their scopes. Worse, both self-saving panels lived INSIDE the page <form> and shadcn Button sets no default type, so every panel button (save opening balances, add/remove benefit) implicitly submitted the outer form too, firing the full employee PATCH alongside the panel's own request. Restructure so each surface owns exactly one save: - The employee <form> now closes right after the Bank card, with Avbryt + "Spara andringar" directly under the fields it actually saves. - Formaner and Ingaende saldon move below the form into a "Sparas separat" section (uppercase kicker + one-line scope hint) so the page save structurally cannot include them and their buttons can no longer leak submits into the employee form. - OpeningBalancesPanel becomes its own <form>: Enter saves the panel, and the save button enables only when its fields are actually dirty (fingerprint of loaded values, reset on successful save). - EmployeeBenefitsPanel buttons get explicit type="button". New strings in both messages/sv.json and messages/en.json. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): release the loading skeleton when the balances fetch fails CodeRabbit on #1623: a rejected fetch or JSON parse skipped the setLoading(false) line, holding the skeleton forever. fix(skatteverket): request the AGI kvittens scope and stop misdiagnosing the 403 (#1596)
* fix(skatteverket): request the AGI kvittens scope, not just the inlamning one
AGI is backed by two SKV APIs and each needs its own scope, but DEFAULT_SCOPES
only carried `agd`. That covers arbetsgivardeklaration/inlamning (POST underlag,
kontrollresultat, spara, skapaGranskningsunderlag), so a filing submits and
signs perfectly. The kvittens read lives on hanteraredovisningsperiod, which
requires `agdredovisningperiod`, so the flow died on its very last step with
403 {"error": "The required scopes are not authorized"}.
Confirmed against production: the same APIGW client id and secret reach the
bearer check on both APIs (401 "Token has been revoked" from each with a bogus
token), proving both subscriptions exist and the gateway contract was never the
problem, and SKV's application registration lists `agd`, `agdredovisningperiod`
and `momsdeklaration` as three separate scopes.
The body is identical to the APIGW subscription gap of #973, which is why
api-client's classification cannot distinguish the two from the string alone;
that split still needs the gateway-side check, so it is left as is.
Note the spelling `agdredovisningperiod`: no genitive s, exactly as SKV
registers it. Pinned with a scope-set regression test, since this is the third
time a scope has gone missing (#431 removed `ska` the same way) and the damage
is always invisible until a real filing fails.
The AGIPanel missing-scope banner now checks both scopes. It only looked for
`agd`, so the token shape that actually hurts, one that gets all the way
through signing before failing, produced no warning at all.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(skatteverket): stop blaming the APIGW subscription for a missing token scope
`{"error": "The required scopes are not authorized"}` has two causes and the
gateway never says which: our APIGW client has no subscription for the API
(#973), or the token lacks the scope that API requires. The message named only
the first, so a real production filing spent its debugging time in
Utvecklarportalen while the actual fix was a scope the code never requested.
The message now names both knobs, and says WHICH service refused. That last
part is what was really missing: the sibling inlamning API kept working
throughout, so "Skatteverket denied the call" pointed at nothing. Ruling the
two apart still needs the out-of-band test (call the API with a deliberately
invalid bearer and the same Client_Id: a subscription gap fails at the gateway
with this body, a scope gap reaches the bearer check and answers 401), which is
now documented at the predicate instead of living in someone's memory.
Classification is deliberately unchanged. ACCESS_DENIED stays out of
RECONSENT_ERROR_CODES: the scope case does need a reconnect, but only after the
scope exists, so an automatic reconsent would rebuild the self-perpetuating
banner of #1155.
This reverses one specific decision from #1250, which removed the
SKATTEVERKET_SYSTEM_SCOPES mention on the reasoning that the gateway rather
than the scope list had refused. That reasoning assumed the body could tell
them apart. It cannot. The test asserting the omission is inverted, with the
reason recorded.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(salary): make the AGI kvittens-scope notice dismissible
The two AGI scopes get different treatments in AGIPanel: a token
without agd keeps the hard reconnect nudge, but a token missing only
agdredovisningperiod gets its own softer, dismissible notice. Every
existing hosted token lacks the new scope, and until Skatteverket's
application registration carries it a reconnect mints the same grant
again (SKV silently drops unregistered scope names), so a hard
reconnect demand would be the #1010 un-clearable banner, with each
futile attempt costing a BankID round-trip. Dismissal persists per
granted scope string: a futile reconnect stays quiet, a widened grant
re-evaluates from scratch.
Also asserts the shared prenumeration/scope message and the refused
API path on the 401 contract test, matching the 403 test (review nit).

* fix(salary): point the kvittens-scope notice at Skatteverket's own e-service
The compliance review flagged that dismissing the notice could leave a
filer without a software-side path to the receipt. Retrieval never
depended on the notice (the kvittens cron retries server-side and the
period's status row stays unconfirmed until a kvittens lands), but the
copy now also names the fallback that always works: verifying the
receipt in Skatteverket's Arbetsgivardeklaration e-service.

* fix(salary): use the ladder radius on the kvittens notice
The radius ladder guard landed on main after this notice was written;
rounded-md is dead vocabulary, bordered boxes are rounded-lg.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(salary): scope the kvittens-notice dismissal to the employer
The localStorage key carried only the granted scope string, so on a
shared browser one company's dismissal hid the notice for every other
company with an identical grant. Skatteverket tokens are per company,
so the key now includes arbetsgivare alongside the scope string; the
same-grant reconnect behavior per company is unchanged.

fix(salary): declare, book and pay AGI in whole kronor (SKV per-sats computation) (#1611)
* fix(salary): declare, book and pay AGI in whole kronor (SKV per-sats computation) A user's first lönekörning surfaced öre amounts in the AGI payable while Skatteverket deals in whole kronor. Three connected defects: - the AGI XML rounded amounts (Math.round); öretal bortfaller (SFF 2011:1261 22 kap. 1 §) requires truncation, and FK487 must be Skatteverket's own per-sats computation on the whole-krona underlag sums (IK587, kontroll B_006), not a truncation of the öre-exact engine sum - the salary booking credited 2731 with exact öre, leaving a residual after the whole-krona skattekonto draw; 2731 now carries the declared amount with the remainder on 3740 (Öres- och kronutjämning) - the LB payment file and TaxPaymentPanel paid/showed öre; they now use the declared whole-krona totals stored on agi_declarations (which also lets skattekonto auto-settlement match the draw); legacy öre rows keep paying öre-exact so pre-deploy bookings still clear 2731 New lib/salary/declared-avgifter.ts implements the SKV computation (per-IU whole-krona underlag, per-sats sums, youth/växa cap splits, exact integer math) shared by the AGI generator, the booking split and the preview. Review overrides route all legs through the same per-category truncation; basis overrides are inert on money totals (they never reach the filed IUs); the v1 book route gains override parity with book-run; F-skatt rows ignore avgifter overrides on every surface. Booked runs show their posted verifikat instead of a recomputed projection. tax_withheld_override requires whole kronor. Adversarially verified over three /skeptic rounds. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: merge origin/main and re-ratchet the öre-round baseline The merge brought #1609 (net-pay öresavrundning) whose two new Math.round(x*100)/100 occurrences are counted against the baseline this branch had tightened from 637 to 629; 631 keeps the net -6 improvement without policing already-merged code. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): address PR review (hybrid override computation, legacy youth cap, robustness) CodeRabbit round on #1611, all findings in one pass: - computeDeclaredAvgifterWithOverrides: one shared hybrid for the AGI generator AND the booking split. Overridden rows contribute their manual amounts per category; colleagues keep the SKV-exact per-sats underlag computation (a FoU override on one employee no longer costs the rest of the roster kronor of declared accuracy) - youth cap keys on the RESOLVED category so legacy null-category rows classified as youth by the rate heuristic still get the 25k split - F-skatt rows zero their avgifter_basis on both booking surfaces and in the preview, matching the AGI's isFSkattRow invariant - preview route: posted-voucher lookup errors return 500 instead of masquerading as a booked run with no vouchers; 400/500 tests added - run page clears stale AGI totals when the tax-payment fetch fails - SalaryOverridePanel truncates the tax override to whole kronor so the schema's .int() cannot bounce a decimal input with a 400 - v1 book route override parity pinned by a lifecycle test - DECISIONS.md format fixes + superseded entry marked; exempt category mapped explicitly; unified truncation-drift band with rationale Declined (recorded): dating the decision entries 2026-08-13 (bot assumed UTC; the decisions were made after midnight local time). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): round-2 review nits (shared F-skatt helper, test hygiene) - isFSkattStatus in declared-avgifter.ts: single source for the F-skatt exclusion, consumed by book-run, the v1 book route, the preview route and the AGI generator, per the Swedish review's drift-risk finding - declared-avgifter test suite gets the standard beforeEach cleanup Declined (recorded for the summary): auto-generated correction voucher for regenerated legacy periods (data-repair follow-up needing Emil's go); SFF 22 kap. 1 par. citation doubt (verified against lagen.nu and already shipped in tax-tables.ts); 3740 scope doubt (BAS generic utjamning account, Visma praxis, matches the user's reference voucher). fix(design): stop synthesizing bold on Hedvig display headings (#1555)
* fix(design): stop synthesizing bold on Hedvig display headings Hedvig Letters Serif ships weight 400 only, but the h1-h3 base rule forced font-weight 500 and DialogTitle/SheetTitle stacked font-semibold on top, so every display heading rendered browser-synthesized bold: the smudged heavy look on dialog titles and page headings. Drop the base rule to 400, remove the weight utilities from the title primitives, and sweep the 41 files that hand-set font-medium/semibold/bold on serif headings (a pattern design.md already forbids). Headings that opt into font-sans keep their weight. refactor(design): no amber boxes, attention is one ochre sentence (#1562)
The founder wants the yellow boxes gone everywhere. The design system already agreed: status colors are data, not chrome (convention 12) and attention is a single ochre sentence, never a banner (convention 6). This enforces it: - ConfirmationDialog: the amber warning panel is now an AttnLine, and the hardcoded Swedish default warningText is gone: it injected an immutability warning into dialogs whose authors never asked for one (every current caller passes the prop explicitly, so no behavior change at any call site). - Badge warning variant: amber fill replaced with a hairline chip and ochre text. - DestructiveConfirmDialog warning variant: neutral icon disc, default primary confirm button (only --destructive survives as chrome). - BankSyncStatusChip stale state: same neutral shape as the healthy chip, ochre text carries the signal. - SandboxBanner: solid amber bar becomes secondary-on-border chrome. - BankIdAuth, BankIdCompanyPicker, SessionTimeoutModal: the last three raw-amber (bg-amber-*) holdouts moved onto tokens, the company-picker banner becoming a plain AttnLine. - Mechanical sweep of the ~58 hand-rolled bg-warning/border-warning boxes across 45 files: fills to bg-muted/30 (icon discs bg-muted), borders to border-border, text-warning-foreground to text-attn. The account-class dots in account-number.tsx keep bg-warning: they are data indicators, not chrome. refactor(ui): migrate remaining inline pages to the concept design language (#1470)
* refactor(ui): migrate remaining inline pages to the concept design language Catch-up pass for surfaces the 2026-07 UI migration missed: - Bankavstämning: de-boxed toolbar, dry-table sections (preview, omatchade verifikationer, ignorerade, matchade), instructional copy moved behind the page "?" (HelpPopover via FocusedReport, sv+en), AttnLine for the dirty- dates hint, EmptyState for the blank page, space-y-8 rhythm. - Report detail views (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, resultat-/balansrapport, reskontror, huvudbok, grundbok, dimension-P&L): shared Skeleton/Error/EmptyState shells, border-2 totals bands flattened to hairline cards with font-display tabular-nums headline numbers, ReportSectionTable rebuilt on the group-band idiom, font-mono money -> tabular-nums, house tablist for Förenklad/Detaljerad, GL filter de-boxed onto Input primitives, verdicts follow chips-mark-exceptions. - Extensions browse: PageHeader, locked section headers, rounded-lg secondary icon tiles, flat hover shift on cards, p-6 content. - Återkommande fakturor: page-level list moved off ui/table onto dry-table with hover-revealed quiet row actions; Skeleton loading. - Help: EmptyState for no search hits, flat hover shift on resource links. - Chart of accounts: spinner loading blocks -> Skeleton rows. - Kunskap graph + salary calendar popovers: rounded-lg, Input/Textarea primitives instead of hand-rolled shadow-sm controls. No logic, endpoint, or data changes. Verified via sandbox screenshots; lint 0 errors, 13214 tests green. fix(salary): recompute entitled_days on existing ledger rows and record pre-cutover taken days (#1403)
The vacation ledger sync carried entitled_days verbatim on existing open rows while re-deriving accrued and taken, so a stale entitled value (for example the flat 25 stored before Semesterlagen 7 § pro-rating existed) survived every sync. The recompute loop now re-derives entitled the same way the lazy-seed path does, with the opening-balance cutover still outranking recomputation for the year containing cutover_date. Opening balances could also not record paid vacation days already taken in the cutover year under the previous payroll system. New additive column employee_opening_balances.vacation_days_taken_this_year (NUMERIC NOT NULL DEFAULT 0, CHECK 0..40) threaded through the shared service, the Zod schema, the MCP staging tool (schema + mergeable fields), the staged-operation executor, the v1 REST routes, and the employee editor form. Ledger semantics for the cutover year, on both seed and recompute paths: entitled = remaining + taken_this_year, taken = booked-run taken + taken_this_year, so remaining keeps meaning remaining and the seeded value survives every subsequent sync. Fix/bank sync bas (#1284)
* fix(year-end): stop revaluing FX items that were not on the balance sheet The year-end close ran currency revaluation as an unconditional step before the irreversible close, and the revaluation queried LIVE open invoices with no date scoping. An invoice issued after balansdagen, settled before it, or never booked at all was therefore revalued into the year being closed, writing down a 1510/2440 that stood at zero. Because the entry lands inside the same run that closes the period, the only remedy left was a rattelse in the following year. The population is now measured as of balansdagen, reusing the reconstruction the reskontra reports already use (fetchPaymentsAsOf / outstandingAsOf): the invoice_date ceiling is unconditional (post-dated invoices make the bug reachable for a current period too) and the widening to 'paid' applies only to a historical date, where a since-settled invoice was still open then. Rows that carry no balance-sheet exposure are skipped per row rather than per company: an unbooked registration is not on 1510/2440. Deliberately NOT keyed on accounting_method, since BFL 5 kap 2 § 3 st requires kontantmetoden companies to book their outstanding fordringar/skulder at balansdagen, and those converted rows are genuine exposure that ARL 4 kap. 13 § must value. The readiness warning stays ungated on purpose: an unbooked FX row is exactly what deserves a warning, because /book still posts it into the year about to close and lockPeriod/closePeriod then removes that remedy for good. The wizard preview now lists the per-invoice revaluation rows it will post instead of three aggregate numbers, so the user approves line-level content before the close. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): reach accounts outside BAS 2026 from a verifikat rattelse A user could not move a verifikat line to konto 8022: the picker reported no such account and offered no way forward. 8022 was dropped from BAS 2026 (it is in BAS 2018), so it is a legitimate company-specific underkonto rather than a catalog gap. Verified against the official bas.se kontoplan that our BAS reference already matches BAS 2026, so 8022 is deliberately NOT added to it: seeding a retired account would push it onto every company. StrikeLinesDialog and CorrectionEntryDialog were the only account pickers in the app that never passed onCreateAccount, so their combobox rendered a dead empty state. Both now open AddAccountDialog prefilled, then refetch the chart and select the new account on the initiating line, leaving the half-finished rattelse intact. AccountCombobox closed its dropdown on the fourth digit of any committed number, which hid the empty state before it was ever painted and made the create affordance unreachable for exactly the numbers that need it. It now closes only when the number matches something, so focus still advances to the belopp field for real accounts. No change to posting rules: correct_entry_lines_inline validates chart membership, not BAS membership, and account creation already required the same write role. refactor(motion): retime content entry, stop the double and one-frame animations (#1282)
The stagger is the standard content entry on every migrated page (convention 11), so its budget matters more than any single surface. It ran 500ms per item in 80ms steps, putting the 10th row at 1220ms against a 300ms UI budget, and it only defined delays for children 1-10: on any list longer than ten rows, children 11+ inherited delay 0 and arrived BEFORE the middle of the list. Now 300ms per item in 40ms steps with the delay capped at 360ms, so the tail lands at ~660ms instead of ~1220ms. The cap is on the delay, never on the animation: the `both` fill holds a child at opacity 0 until its delay elapses, so excluding rows 11+ from the animation would paint them while rows 1-10 were still invisible. Adds --ease-emphasized (the strong ease-out) rather than retiming --ease-out, which is unlayered in :root and therefore shadows Tailwind's own token: changing it would retime every ease-out utility in the app. Foldout rows in JournalEntryList, periodiseringar and TransactionInboxCard sit directly inside a staggered tbody, so expanding a verifikat fired the inherited slideUp (with an invisible pre-roll of up to 320ms) on top of the foldout's own transition. They opt out via data-no-stagger. Also: the confirmed match on Hem faded at full height and then vanished in one frame, jumping everything below it 52px; it now grid-collapses over 200ms with the gap inside the collapsing area. The assistant sheet slid nothing while the page panel animated 300ms to make room for it; it now arrives along the same edge on the same curve, gated to first mount so re-expanding a collapsed session stays instant. Chat history no longer replays 20 simultaneous 500ms page-entry slides on resume: only genuinely new messages animate. Payroll wizard segments transition their colour. refactor(ui): system hygiene sweep from the UI craft audit (#1281)
Raw palette: SalaryCalendar was the only file in the salary cluster still on bg-red-100 / text-amber-800 style classes, with zero dark: variants, so every absence pill rendered paper-white on a near-black page. All 30 are now alpha-over-token on the semantic scale, which needs no dark: variant (the approach badge.tsx already takes). Eight absence types share four tones, so fill carries a second axis: filled vs outlined separates the types whose Lucide icon is identical (Heart is parental, pregnancy and care_relative; Activity is study and other_leave). Primitives: - select and dropdown-menu now scale from their trigger via the Radix transform-origin variables instead of from their own middle. Dialog stays centred: modals are not anchored to a trigger. - toast used fade-out-80, the one animate-* class with no @utility in globals.css, so --tw-exit-opacity fell back to 1 and the toast slid away at full opacity. Enter and exit now also share one path per breakpoint (top on mobile where the viewport is a full-width bar, right on desktop where it is a corner card) using max-sm:/sm: rather than stacking both, which would have produced a diagonal. - slide-over exited on ease-in, which delays the moment the user has already decided to leave; it enters on the drawer curve and now leaves on it too. - progress animated transition-all where only transform changes. - One app-wide TooltipProvider in the root layout. skipDelayDuration is provider-scoped, so a provider per instance meant the grace window could never fire and every account number in a huvudbok re-paid the full 200ms. Also: nine hand-rolled animate-pulse placeholders in three different greys to the Skeleton primitive, 25 CardTitle text-lg to the locked text-base, two always-on chips to muted text (a chip on every row is not an exception), the three extensions titles onto the display face, the help filter chips onto pill geometry, and the dead border-border/60 on the /import row. fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise, while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production. Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that are not repeated. userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger. State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row, consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing. provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client. provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up. Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before the scoped check ran. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A) The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in 20260416120000; this bucket was left behind. Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining legacy prefix objects. The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail the whole query instead of filtering the row out. deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to erase. The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and SHA-256 identical before repointing the row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user had been removed from the company kept reading. Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error strings with the canonical envelope. Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every other v1 read endpoint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and had become the top application consumer of production database time: measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at 7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on the booking path. PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side instead turns that into two indexed round trips. Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling. Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead, since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows. commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column, which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped on the newest rows indefinitely. The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap; the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly. ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change sort semantics on the route that currently works. Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had them. The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters, because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a write that never happened. dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write, and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to 5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0. Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the full tree. The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the lockfile, never workflow files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily. Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which settles the intent. documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession: the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention. webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line place to change that. A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list, and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they are named rather than silently rotting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email. This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined by next.config.ts. Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry personnummer and financial data. verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible. The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not forwarded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven to fail at HEAD. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and ~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass: - replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid() (impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo - bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns - credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no cross-tenant figures in exception text - link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end - personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE - same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse - receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts - period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap - documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping - invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression), duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran - match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat) - refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window) - KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint - personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools - worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths - MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk - observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True, cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings call removed) Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests * fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215 pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() = 'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text, reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved. Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column, and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no longer renders as already filed. Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern (all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215 - restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch - replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap warning texts and update the pinned test expectations - drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment - strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation. feat(settings): Fönster redesign - flat rows, ? help, dirty save bar (#1193)
* feat(settings): Fönster redesign - flat rows, help behind ?, dirty save bar Founder-approved concept (2026-07-25) applied to the whole settings surface, modal and full-page variants alike: - New primitives in components/settings/SettingsRows.tsx: section header (serif title + one-line intro), eyebrow groups, hairline label/control rows, flat inputs/selects/textareas, segmented control, animated reveal for gated settings, danger zone. - Every static explanation paragraph moved behind a "?" popover (HelpPopover) at row or group level; dynamic status stays visible. - Modal chrome: company kicker over serif title, fixed 920x680 window. - SettingsFormWrapper: save is a sticky bar that appears only when the form is dirty; collapses to zero height when clean. - All 11 sections converted (Konto, Abonnemang, Företag, Bokföring, Skatt, Löner, Fakturering, Mallar, Bank incl. Enable Banking-panel, Assistenten, API) with handlers, validation, role/entitlement/sandbox gates and i18n keys preserved; checkboxes became switches, cards dissolved into groups. - Fix: Escape with an open help popover closed the whole settings modal; it now closes the popover first. - New i18n keys: settings_intro.*, group labels, wrapper_unsaved (sv+en). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): founder feedback round 1 on the Fönster redesign - Abonnemang paying state: status and manage split into two rows so the row no longer wraps awkwardly; the included-features list now shows for paying companies too. - Logos where the counterpart has one: BankID mark on the security row and on the Koppla BankID button, Skatteverket mark on the connection rows. - Buttons are unmistakably buttons: 27 text-labeled row actions went from ghost to outline pills; icon-only actions stay quiet. - The agent-knowledge view (Regler & profil: Dina regler, Momsprofil, Konventioner) converted to the flat row language; it was the last old-style surface inside settings. Descriptions moved behind "?", rules render as hairline rows, the per-row "Regel" chip demoted to muted text. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): address review-bot findings on the Fönster redesign - SettingsFormWrapper marks the form dirty on switch clicks too: Radix Switch is a button and fires no input event, so switch-only changes (f-skatt, KU, ROT/RUT, OSS...) never revealed the save bar. - i18n: the migrated hardcoded strings got keys in both locales (fiscal-period start date/range/months, security set-password trio); dates in ApiKeysPanel/OAuthClientsPanel/CalendarFeedSettings now pass the active locale to formatDateLong. - A11y: member remove/revoke buttons and the invite role select got correct accessible names; BankNameCombobox accepts aria-label wired from its row; the pinned-fact icon exposes role img. - BankIdSettings: explicit Avbryt under the QR block so a cancelled BankID flow cannot strand isLinking. - VoucherSeriesManager: clear the skeleton when no company is resolved. Verified end to end in sandbox: switch-only dirty bar, PUT /api/settings 200 for text and switch saves, persistence across hard reload. Bug/resend and invoices (#1192)
* fix(invoices): anchor the PDF logo to the top-left of its header cell The logo box is always the full 240x80pt reserved area (any larger logo is clamped to exactly that), so objectFit: 'contain' placed the image inside it with the default 50% 50% centering. A wide banner logo fills the width and lands on the left margin, but a near-square logo scaled down to the 80pt height cap is only ~117pt wide and got pushed ~60pt in from the margin, which reads as a misaligned logo and forced companies to reshape their artwork. Anchor the image top-left so every aspect ratio starts at the margin. Covered by a test that renders the real PDF and reads the image placement matrix out of the content stream, for both a wide and a near-square logo. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): show the real delivery outcome in the send history "Skickad" only meant the email provider accepted the message, so a bounced invoice looked identical to one that arrived. Resend reports the outcome asynchronously; that report now lands on the delivery row and drives the history: green is reserved for a confirmed delivery, bounce/blocked reads red, delayed and spam-marked read amber, and an accepted-but-unconfirmed send is neutral instead of falsely green. The report arrives on a signed webhook and may only touch the three new provider status columns of an already sent, unredacted row: the WORM trigger proves nothing else changed, and a lower ranked or older report can never downgrade an observed failure. The provider reason text can quote the failing address, so it is masked on read and cleared by the daily PII redaction job. Timestamps also formatted in Europe/Stockholm instead of falling back to the runtime zone, which rendered a 14:05 send as 12:05 on Vercel. Delivery reports are per message, never per recipient: Resend sends one event for the whole message, so splitting a send per recipient would be the only way to get finer granularity, at the cost of CC. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): make the integration feed-only Stripe sync now only imports balance transactions into the transactions inbox, like any bank feed; nothing auto-books. The event/settlement sync (lib/sync.ts, lib/payouts.ts) stays in the repo but is no longer wired to any route or cron: the 15-min sync cron is removed from vercel.json. Payment links on invoice send are unchanged; their payments arrive as feed rows and are matched manually. - /sync runs only syncStripeBalanceTransactions; response is { success, transactions } - connecting via OAuth enables the nightly feed by default (toggle stays as opt-out) - panel: needs-review section and plumbing removed, copy rewritten to transactions-first (sv + en), toast reports fetched/imported/linked and calls out an empty result instead of silent all-zeros Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): return the article currency from the v1 article list The dashboard, importer, export and MCP article surfaces all learned to carry a non-SEK article price (#1166, #1183, #1184), but the v1 projection still omitted currency. An API or agent caller therefore read price_excl_vat with nothing marking it as EUR and would copy the number straight onto a SEK invoice line, at a nine-to-one error. Adds currency to the projection, the response shape and the example, plus a pitfall stating the price is not always SEK and that this endpoint does no FX conversion. Additive field only; no migration (articles.currency already exists). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(settings): replace the settings modal with a routed panel sheet Settings now renders as a sheet that fills the main panel, sliding up over the page the user came from and back down on close, with the sidebar and frame left visible and usable. Behind it sits one shared master-detail surface: underline search across every section and subsection, the grouped section rail, and the active section as a direct-editing accordion. All 11 sections are decomposed into subsections, and the legacy *SettingsContent components compose the same pieces so the stacked and accordion layouts cannot drift. The sheet is the only presentation, on every entry path. The intercepting route handles in-app navigation and closes by popping the history entry, landing back on the page underneath. @settingsModal/default.tsx handles cold loads (refresh, deep link, new tab), where interception never fires; nothing is mounted underneath there, so it closes to the dashboard. Both branch on one shared predicate, isSheetSection, together with the settings layout, which must render nothing for those sections or the surface would stack twice behind the sheet and run every section's fetches twice. Closing is deliberate rather than incidental: the X, Esc, or navigating away. The dialog is non-modal so the sidebar's account popover and company switcher keep working with settings up, and an outside click no longer dismisses it. Sections land fully collapsed, and the scroll position of the page behind survives opening and closing the sheet. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: enhance article management and settings UI - Add PATCH test for toggling article active state without other fields. - Remove unused MessageCircle icon from DashboardContent. - Refactor AccountingFrameworkForm to use SettingsFieldRow for better help text display. - Update CompanyInfoForm, DimensionsToggle, and various settings forms to replace description with help text. - Remove redundant headings and intros in several settings components to streamline UI. - Improve help text for various settings in English and Swedish translations. - Update structured error messages for better clarity on article deletion. * refactor(ArticleDetailPage): remove unused imports and duplicate state variable * fix(settings): own deep-linked settings routes by route list, not nav visibility Review fixes from the settings panel sheet work: * isSheetSection reads the full settings route list so a hidden-but-deep-linked section (assistant before BankID, banking in sandbox, api without MCP) is claimed by the sheet instead of rendering the legacy shell around an empty panel * keep 503 on the Resend delivery webhook when the signing secret is unset, with a test pinning the behaviour * stripe callback route test coverage Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor: update salary, tax, and templates settings components - Refactored SalarySettingsContent to use a form wrapper and improved payment settings UI. - Enhanced TaxSettingsContent with new signals for EU sales, KU obligations, and ROT/RUT deductions. - Updated TemplatesSettingsContent to remove legacy comments and improve readability. - Simplified navigation items by removing unnecessary constants and directly using hrefs. - Cleaned up translation files by removing deprecated keys and adding new descriptions for clarity. --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(domains): dual-domain cutover to app.accounted.se (#1087)
* feat(domains): dual-domain cutover to app.accounted.se The user-facing app moves to app.accounted.se while app.gnubok.se stays alive for machine traffic (MCP connectors, API keys, third-party OAuth callbacks, webhooks, crons), so no third-party callback registration is on the critical path. - next.config: host redirect app.gnubok.se -> NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL for page traffic only (/api, /.well-known, /_next excluded). Arms itself only once NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL leaves the legacy host, so merging this is inert and the cutover is a pure env flip + redeploy. - skatteverket: redirect_uri pinned via NEXT_PUBLIC_SKV_OAUTH_BASE_URL (Utvecklarportalen registration is slow to change); the OAuth callback now resolves the flow from the state token + stored oauth_user_id via the service client instead of session cookies, which no longer exist on the OAuth host. Legacy same-domain flows fall back to the session. - popup listeners (SkatteverketConnectPanel, AGIPanel) accept postMessage from the pinned OAuth origin; event.source identity check unchanged. - /.well-known discovery docs reflect the allowlisted request host so existing MCP connectors on app.gnubok.se keep a self-consistent issuer/resource after the flip; spoofed hosts fall back to canonical. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: log dual-domain cutover decision Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): recency-bound SKV state lookup, exact localhost match in discovery allowlist - The oauth_state lookup now only considers rows updated in the last 10 minutes: bounds how long a leaked/phished authorize URL stays completable, keeps the row set far below PostgREST's 1000-row cap, and surfaces query errors instead of misreporting them as CSRF. - resolveDiscoveryBaseUrl matches localhost/127.0.0.1 exactly; the prefix check reflected spoofed hosts like localhost.evil.example. Add/customer mcp (#1055)
* feat(mcp): kontoplan account tools + verifikat notes exposure Two gaps reported by an MCP-driven user: no account management in the API, and verifikat notes invisible to agents (they exist in the product but MCP could neither read nor write them). - add staged gnubok_create_account / gnubok_update_account (BAS 2026 prefill for catalog numbers; rename/VAT-default/SRU/activate via update; both LOW risk reference data) - add staged gnubok_set_voucher_note (notes-only annotation, legal on posted entries per the 20260608120000 trigger carve-out) and return entry_notes from gnubok_query_journal - new pending_operations types create_account / update_account / set_voucher_note (CHECK migration + validate companion, applied to staging) - tools/list payload ceiling 54K -> 56K (documented; wire contract, descriptions trimmed first) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): unstick BankID connect flow and stale connection views - respond to the OAuth callback immediately and run the post-connect refresh after the response (next/server after()): users no longer stare at Skatteverket's consumed consent page for up to 40s - open the consent flow in a full tab instead of a 600x750 popup that hid the approve button below the fold - disable connect buttons while the OAuth tab is open (parallel flows overwrote oauth_state + the PKCE verifier) and recover via a closed-tab watcher plus a delayed status refetch - persist MISSING_SCOPE token health from the post-connect sync and show an actionable "approve all permissions" notice - refetch connection state on tab visibility (settings connect panel, enable-banking panel, /skattekonto) so a connect completed in another tab or after a mobile app-switch shows up without a manual reload; fix /skattekonto never clearing its not-connected state Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(article-form): add article number field with validation to ArticleForm * feat(account): enforce account type consistency with BAS class and add validation --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(ui): use styled confirm dialog for salary and recurring-invoice destructive actions (#1036)
* fix(ui): use styled confirm dialog for salary and recurring-invoice destructive actions Replace native window.confirm() with the existing DestructiveConfirmDialog / useDestructiveConfirm() primitive at the six sites from #839: recurring invoice schedule delete, employee deactivation, salary run draft delete, remove employee from run, salary calendar bulk delete (all variant 'destructive'), and the nollkorning-to-review guard (variant 'warning'). Confirmation copy is preserved as the dialog description; new title keys added to both messages/sv.json and messages/en.json. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): lock delete and deactivate actions while the request is in flight The styled confirm dialog resolves before the DELETE settles, so the trigger button could be clicked again and fire a duplicate request. Add an in-flight guard (deletingId / deactivating) and disable the button until the request completes, mirroring the runNow pattern. Fix/skv connection flow (#1015)
* feat(salary): one-click AGI submission with filing state machine and success feedback The AGI panel required users to know that "Ladda ner AGI-fil" was the generate step, then click submit, signing link, and kvittens manually. A nollkorning filing stalled on "AGI-XML saknas" pointing at a UI path that does not exist. - New primary button "Lamna in till Skatteverket" chains the existing endpoints client-side: generate XML if missing, POST underlag, poll kontrollresultat, create signing link, open Mina Sidor in a tab opened synchronously at click (popup-blocker safe). Inline stepper shows each step; the four old buttons become collapsed advanced/recovery actions, auto-expanded in stale-draft and rejected states. XML download stays visible and free for manual filing. - deriveAgiFilingState() + useAgiSubmission() lift the per-period submission record to the run page: the progress rail and salary hero now render the real state machine (generated, underlag inskickat, vantar pa BankID-signatur, inlamnad med kvittensnummer) instead of telling users to "lamna in" an already-submitted declaration. - Success card with kvittensnummer and signature metadata once signed, plus a toast when a poll flips the state while the page is open. - AGI kvittens cron every 15 min instead of every 2 h so filings signed on another device get stamped and emailed promptly. - Advanced submit also auto-generates, and the stale "Lon -> AGI -> Generera" error text now points at the real buttons. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(enable-banking): instant OAuth callback feedback and dead-attempt cleanup The bank redirect landed on a blank page for the several seconds the callback spent exchanging the PSD2 session and mirroring accounts, and every failed connect attempt left a status='error' row that rendered forever as an "Atgard kravs" card next to a successful retry, showing duplicate connections to the same bank. - Stream a branded "Slutfor bankanslutningen" progress page from the callback: the shell flushes before the session exchange starts and a script/meta redirect follows when the work completes, with a 30s slow-work escape hatch. Fast outcomes (denial, bad params, unknown state) keep their plain redirects. - Delete never-activated connection rows (no session_id, no accounts_data) on denial or exchange failure, and sweep leftovers for the same bank on the next connect. Established connections keep their "Atgard krävs" card via the accounts_data guard; FKs are ON DELETE SET NULL so deletion has no dependents. - Show "Banken ar ansluten: hamtar dina konton" while the settings panel loads after the callback instead of an anonymous spinner. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): reject re-send of issued invoices and gate bookkeeping on the sent flip A direct POST to /api/invoices/[id]/send against an already-issued invoice re-emailed the customer and posted a second revenue verifikat (createInvoiceJournalEntry has no dedup), overwriting journal_entry_id and orphaning the first entry. Only the UI hid the button; the v1 route and the MCP commit executor already rejected non-drafts. - Non-draft invoices now return 409 INVOICE_ALREADY_SENT. - The draft to sent status flip is an optimistic lock (status guard plus row-count check); journal entry, accrual schedules, PDF archival and the invoice.sent event only run for the request that won the flip. - On a flip failure the journal entry is deferred: the row stays draft and a retry re-runs the pipeline, ending with exactly one verifikat. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): payment links, failure visibility and sandbox guard for recurring auto-send - sendInvoiceFromSchedule now auto-creates an online payment link via applyPaymentLinkToInvoice before rendering and passes the payment link QR to the PDF: parity with the dashboard and v1 send routes, which recurring invoices silently lacked. - The recurring cron persists last_run_warning both when a claimed run throws (hourly retries stay visible on the schedule) and when a stale schedule is rolled forward, so a deterministic failure can no longer skip a month silently. - Auto-send is blocked for sandbox companies at the email chokepoint (freeze-and-retain: the invoice is still generated as a draft), covering both the cron and the run-now route with one guard. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): close the Fortnox payroll API gaps (phases 1-4) Payroll now runs end-to-end through the open API, including onboarding a client from another payroll system, with every write staged for approval. - v1: per-employee payslips (list/detail/PDF), payslip line writes, run roster attach/remove, absence ranges (per-day storage), jamkning fields, cutover opening balances (single + atomic bulk PUT), vacation balance + vacation-year-close. PUT added to the wrapper's idempotency/ test-key set (test keys could otherwise write through PUT). - MCP: 10 new tools (get_employee/get_payslip/list_absence/ get_vacation_balance reads + staged update_payslip_line, register_absence, create_employee, update_employee, set_employee_opening_balances, close_vacation_year), executors, risk tiers, op-type CHECK expansions. create_employee encrypts personnummer at staging: pending_operations never holds plaintext. - Scope-map audit retrofit: 11 formerly unmapped tools now scoped; BREAKING for keys that relied on the 4 default-allow writes. - Cutover: employee_opening_balances (derived lock trigger, self-unlocks on run correction), engine YTD/karens/liability integration, Ingaende saldon section in the employee editor. - Arbetsschema-lite: employees.hours_per_week/workdays_per_week drive the hourly/daily divisors; legacy 173/21 preserved exactly at defaults so existing pay math is byte-identical. - Vacation ledger + semesterberedning/arsavslut: recomputed per-year day balances (synced on book/correct, non-fatal), year-close with the min-20 floor, 5-year sparade-dagar expiry to forced payout, and a 2920/2940 drift adjustment via the bookkeeping engine; Semester dashboard card with preview-then-confirm dialog. - Fix: Zod 4 defaults leak through .partial(), which made every sparse employee PATCH fail validation and reset defaulted columns. Migrations 20260713100000/101000/110000/121000/122000 (applied to staging with version rows; prod via merge). vacation_ledger renamed from 20260713120000 to avoid colliding with vat_declaration_totals_rpc. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: cut dashboard page-load latency (region, round trips, caching, VAT RPC) The dominant cost was infrastructure: Vercel functions ran in iad1 (Washington D.C.) while Supabase (DB + auth) lives in eu-north-1 (Stockholm), so every request paid 4-5 transatlantic round trips of auth + company resolution before doing any real work (measured 530-1900ms for single-query GETs in prod logs). Pin functions to arn1 and cut the redundant work on top: - vercel.json: functions to arn1, same city as the database - getActiveCompanyId: preference + first-membership queries run in parallel; the fallback result doubles as validation in the common single-company case (one round trip instead of two sequential) - withRouteContext: Server-Timing header and authMs/companyMs/handlerMs in the op-completed log, so latency is attributable per phase - dashboard layout: nav badge counts off the critical path; DashboardNav loads them client-side via the new use-worklist-badges SWR hook with debounced realtime revalidation - swr (new dependency, approved): global provider; useCompanySettings shares one cache entry across consumers and renders from cache on back-navigation instead of re-showing skeletons - /pending: realtime refetch debounced; bulk operations previously fired 4 requests per row-change event - VAT declaration: new get_vat_declaration_totals RPC returns per-account totals, settlement-shape detection (#984) and source_type counts in ONE round trip instead of paging every entry+line through PostgREST. Account lists stay TS-side parameters so ACCOUNT_RUTA remains the single source of truth. Shape-exclusion coverage moved to tests/pg/vat-declaration-totals-rpc.pg.test.ts; DDL already applied to staging. - bundle: CommandPalette lazy-mounts on first Ctrl/Cmd+K, AgentChat dynamic-imports the markdown parser, @vercel/speed-insights (new dependency, approved) added for real-user timings The /salary fetch-waterfall fix from the same effort already landed inside 2084a756. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): settle öre-rounded payments from the mark-paid flow An invoice with öresavrundning shows a rounded "Att betala" on the PDF; the customer pays that amount (up to 50 öre off the stored öre total) and the invoice-page mark-paid flow rejected it with MATCH_AMOUNT_EXCEEDS_REMAINING: a dead end, while the bank-transaction match flow already absorbed the residual to 3740. - PaymentBookingDialog now proposes the rounded bank leg plus the 3740 residual line (credit when rounded up, debit when rounded down), resolved via getDisplayTotal from the per-invoice override and company_settings.ore_rounding. - settleInvoicePayment and the v1 mark-paid route absorb the sub-krona residual, gated by planInvoicePaymentForLines: absorption applies ONLY when the caller lines carry the exact residual on 3740; otherwise the strict plan applies (sub-krona partials stay partial, no-3740 overshoots keep the 400), so the GL can never diverge from the AR sub-ledger. - planInvoicePayment absorb-band boundary tightened to >= 1 kr: an exactly-1-kr overshoot used to slip past both the guard and the absorb branch and silently over-record paid_amount (pre-existing on the bank-match path). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): resolve all 7 PR compliance findings - ASVS V3.3: per-request CSP nonce on the enable-banking finalize page (mirrors the mcp-oauth consent page); inline scripts are nonce-bound - ASVS V16: decouple callback finalize work from the response stream (eager promise + next/server after()) so a client disconnect cannot drop session persistence or the consent_granted audit emit - ISO 27001 A.8.15: failed audit-event emits log through the structured logger with a stable message for log-based alerting - ASVS V2.3: recurring-invoice cron and run-now routes resolve isSandboxCompany themselves and pass an explicit suppressAutoSend flag (defence in depth around the email chokepoint, freeze-and-retain kept) - ISO 27001 A.8.11: stagePendingOperation rejects plaintext personnummer-bearing keys in params/preview_data (key-based guard; EF org numbers make value-matching unsafe) - ASVS V4.5: employee PATCH body is truly sparse; cleared number fields are omitted instead of resetting DB values to hardcoded fallbacks - ASVS V8.2.1: route-level tests pin the v1 cross-company deny (404 by convention, not 403) on the payslip PDF endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: implement vacation-year basis change validation and error handling - Added tests to block vacation-year basis changes when open balances exist. - Implemented error handling for open-balances guard query failures in the settings route. - Enhanced absence route to reject reversed date ranges with a validation error. - Updated absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert for better performance and reliability. - Refactored salary calculation logic to correctly handle age-based avgifter rates according to Skatteverket's rules. - Improved error messaging for vacation year closure adjustments. - Adjusted employee opening balances handling to preserve audit information during upserts. * feat(settings): add validation to block vacation-year basis change with open balances feat(absence): reject reversed date ranges in absence queries fix(absence): update absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert fix(employee): improve validation for jamkning dates in employee updates fix(opening-balances): ensure created_by field is preserved during upserts test(absence): enhance tests for absence range and date validations test(calculation): add tests for age-based avgifter rates and edge cases test(semesterberedning): validate vacation year closure adjustments and error handling test(employee-opening-balances): update tests to reflect changes in salary_run_employees schema * fix(migrations): implement NOT VALID constraints for pending_operations and add validation migration --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Bug/skv auth (#1010)
* fix(settings): open Skatteverket connect in a popup and fix the skahmst scope check The full-page OAuth round-trip left Skatteverket's pages and the consumed callback URL in browser history directly beneath /settings/tax, so closing settings walked Back into a dead OAuth chain and re-prompted BankID auth. The connect buttons now use the AGIPanel popup + postMessage pattern (the callback already supports window.opener); the page never navigates and the panel refetches status on success. Full-page navigation remains only as the popup-blocked fallback. Also fixes the reconnect-button condition: it checked for a scope literally named 'skattekonto', but SKV grants 'skahmst', which kept "Anslut igen" permanently visible on healthy connections. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(skatteverket): extract per-declaration AGI kvittens reconciliation Behavior-identical extraction of the kvittens cron's core (fetch kvittens, promote declaration to submitted, stamp salary_runs, clear cached submission, complete deadline, notify) into lib/agi-kvittens-reconcile.ts so the upcoming post-connect refresh can reuse it. Auth-error mapping (needs_reconsent, grant revocation, APIGW config gaps) and run-level logging stay in the cron, which is why SkatteverketAuthError propagates out of the helper on purpose. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): auto-settle production-format AGI skattekonto draws The settlement matcher only understood the SKV test environment's single combined row ("Arbetsgivardeklaration YYYYMM"). Production books the draw as two rows with Swedish month names: "Avdragen skatt maj 2026" (= total_tax) and "Arbetsgivaravgift maj 2026" (= total_avgifter), so auto-settlement has never fired against production data and the salary page kept showing paid periods as unpaid. parseAgiPeriod now also reads the month-name form (which additionally lets match suggestions resolve the period on prod rows, including beslut rows). Settlement classifies draws with start-anchored regexes so correction rows like "Beslut 260703 arbetsgivaravgift mars 2026" can never qualify, and settles a period on either the combined row matching the whole declared amount or exactly one tax row + exactly one avgift row matching their respective totals to the ore, dated to the later of the pair. Anything non-exact (partial draws, duplicates) still falls back to the manual mark-paid button. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): refresh skattekonto + kvittenser right after OAuth consent Nothing fetched Skatteverket data after a (re)connect: tokens were stored and the user redirected, with the next fetch left to the nightly cron. SKV's per-flow tokens (and refresh tokens) live ~65 minutes, so the crons usually find them dead; right after consent is the one reliable window for a personal-token fetch, which is why reconnecting never made stale numbers recover. The callback now awaits runPostConnectRefresh after storing tokens: a skattekonto sync (upsert + auto-settlement + balance snapshot) plus a kvittens re-check for this company's pending_signature AGI declarations. Awaited on purpose so popup-close means the data is already fresh and UI refetch listeners never race a background job; every step is best-effort and a refresh failure can never fail the connect that just succeeded. The callback's non-popup fallback also switches to window.location.replace so the consumed callback URL (one-shot code + state) drops out of history instead of re-running into a guaranteed CSRF error on Back. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): reload the salary dashboard after a Skatteverket reconnect Listens for the BankID popup's skatteverket-oauth-success message and re-runs load(). Because the OAuth callback awaits the skattekonto sync and AGI auto-settlement before responding, the refetch already sees settled tax-payment state: the "Skatt att betala" card flips to paid the moment the popup closes, without leaving the page. Also logs the three decisions behind this series in DECISIONS.md (awaited post-connect refresh over after(), exact-pair settlement over per-period summing, popup flow over in-place history repair). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): verify OAuth popup source identity before trusting postMessage The three 'skatteverket-oauth-success' listeners accepted any same-origin message, letting any same-origin script trigger a data reload or a fake success toast (OWASP ASVS V3.2, SOC 2 CC6.1). The two components that open the popup now keep its handle in a ref and require event.source to be that exact window; a window reference cannot be forged by same-origin scripts, which is strictly stronger than a nonce threaded through the OAuth flow. The salary dashboard never opens the popup, so its raw message listener is replaced by a 'skatteverket-connection-updated' CustomEvent dispatched only after a component has source-verified the popup (and after disconnect, so connection-state consumers stay in sync). Also extends the connect consent copy (sv + en) to disclose that connecting immediately fetches skattekonto data and checks pending AGI receipts (GDPR Art.5(1)(b) transparency). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): CSP nonce and no-store on OAuth callback, deadline on post-connect refresh Both callback HTML responses now carry a per-response nonce CSP (default-src 'none'; script-src 'nonce-...'; base-uri 'none'; form-action 'none') so injected markup could never execute, plus Cache-Control: no-store because the callback URL carries a one-shot authorization code. The jsLiteral/appUrl injection invariants are documented at the definition site. The awaited post-connect refresh is bounded by a 30-second Promise.race deadline so a hung SKV call cannot hold the OAuth callback open; on timeout the refresh continues best-effort and the user still gets the success response. Refresh failures and timeouts now log through the structured logger with companyId + userId so they are attributable in log aggregation (ASVS V16, ISO 27001 A.8.15, SOC 2 CC8.1). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): tenant guard and redacting logs in kvittens reconcile, slim cron response The agi_declarations update now also filters on company_id (ASVS V8.2.1), matching the salary_runs pattern. The reconciler and the cron's error paths log through the structured logger so third-party error strings pass personnummer redaction; uuidKvittens is dropped from log context (GDPR Art.5(1)(f) minimization, declarationId suffices). response_data gains submittedAtEstimated so the signeradTid fallback can never be mistaken for the legal filing time, and the submitted_by comment now states explicitly that it records the technical submitter while response_data.signeradAv is the authoritative legal signatory (BFL 5 kap 6 par, BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8). The cron HTTP response omits companyId per result row and sends Cache-Control: no-store; the extension_data delete documents why the period-scoped cache key needs no declaration-id guard. Cron tests observe the logger via a mock without weakening any assertion. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): diagnosable settlement refusals and signeradAv ROPA documentation Settlement refusals (candidates present but amounts mismatch) now emit a structured info log with declared-vs-drawn ore amounts per kind, so a rounding divergence between stored declaration totals and SKV's actual draw is diagnosable instead of silently falling back to the manual button. No transaction texts are logged (they can carry personal data). parseAgiPeriod documents the beslut-row audit: correction rows parse to their period on purpose for match-suggestion boosting; settlement never uses parseAgiPeriod (anchored classifiers + parseNumericAgiPeriod only) and the only callers require an exact amount+side 1630 match first. .compliance/ropa.yaml documents signeradAv (signer personnummer in the SKV kvittens stored in agi_declarations.response_data): lawful basis Art.6(1)(c) via BFL 5 kap 6 par / BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8, 7-year retention per BFL 7 kap 2 par, access via company-membership RLS. DECISIONS.md records the accepted-with-documentation calls from the compliance review. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): add 'already_claimed' status to reconcile outcomes and enhance logging for pending lookups --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/stripe skv (#1004)
* fix(salary): align pain.001 salary file with the Swedish domestic bank dialect Verified against the Swedish Common Interpretation of ISO 20022 (Bankforeningen, Common Payment Types in Sweden, Appendix 1 Example 4: Salaries) and Nordea Corporate Access pain.001 examples v2.6 (2026-06-22), and XSD-validated against the official pain.001.001.03 schema: - drop SvcLvl SEPA (SEPA credit transfers are EUR-only; omitting SvcLvl gets the domestic NURG default) - drop RmtInf (not allowed for SALA salary payments; the beneficiary statement text comes from the Dataclearing LON code) - address employees domestically: clearing as CdtrAgt ClrSysMmbId SESBA, account WITHOUT clearing as CdtrAcct Othr with SchmeNm BBAN - share the clearing/account split (Swedbank 5-digit shift, Nordea personkonto prefix dedup) between the LB and pain.001 generators via splitDomesticBankAccount, fixing pain.001 duplicating the personkonto clearing - clamp MsgId/PmtInfId/InstrId/EndToEndId to Max35Text with the per-tx counter surviving truncation; carry the org number on Dbtr - return 400 from the pain001 route on an invalid clearing instead of emitting a broken file Also includes two unrelated decision-log lines from the parallel revisor-review session (DECISIONS.md is a shared append-only log). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav): surface the year-end chain in the sidebar Add Periodiseringar, Arsredovisning (aktiebolag only) and Inkomstdeklaration (INK2 for AB, NE-bilaga for EF) to the Skatt & bokslut group, in workflow order. Entity gating via a new entityOnly flag on NavItem; isActive carve-outs extended so exactly one row lights up for the new routes. Driven by an external revisor review that concluded these features did not exist because none of them were reachable from the nav. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): Stripe Connect integration behind config gate Connect OAuth per company (only the acct_ id is stored), automatic single-use Payment Links on invoice send, deterministic payment settlement against 1686 (BAS moved acquirer receivables 1580 -> 1686), payout booking with reverse-charge fees (6570 + 4535/4598 + 2645/2614), and a 15-minute sync cron. Non-deterministic events land as needs_review, never guessed at. Fully dark without STRIPE_CONNECT_CLIENT_ID: connect returns 503, the send hook and cron no-op, and the settings page shows 'Kommer snart' (hosted) until the Connect platform is verified. Self-hosted keeps the honest not-configured message. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): add shared completeTaxDeadline and fix dead AGI deadline auto-complete generate-declaration.ts has updated non-existent columns (type/period/ status) since inception, so the arbetsgivardeklaration deadline was never auto-completed. Replace with a shared helper targeting the real schema (tax_deadline_type/tax_period/is_completed), also used by the kvittens crons and moms handlers in the follow-up commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(rot-rut): import Skatteverket beslutsfil and record decisions on payout requests Parse the beslutsfil JSON from Skatteverkets rot/rut e-tjanst and record godkant belopp on the matching begaran: matched by stored skv_referensnummer first, then exact name among active undecided requests; arenden by fakturanummer then personnummer, exactly-one or the beslut errors (all-or-nothing). Never auto-settles: recording the beslut and booking the payout are separate acts. Exposed as an API route and the gnubok_import_rot_rut_beslut MCP tool. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): system auth for background reads, one-click VAT submit, kvittens notifications Hybrid auth program: system CCG (org certificate) for background reads while personal BankID stays for interactive submissions, since SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 min and crons structurally cannot run on them. All system-auth code sits behind SKATTEVERKET_SYSTEM_AUTH_MODE (default off) with a stub transport until the Expisoft cert and CCG avtal land; auth resolution is centralized in resolve-auth.ts. Also in this change: - One-click VAT submit chaining kontrollera -> utkast -> las server-side with a stage discriminator; step-by-step buttons demoted to the overflow menu. - Kvittens crons (AGI + new VAT schedule) with email-only notifications, deduped in notification_log under the new skv_kvittens type. - Ombud grant probe + verification UI in the connect panel, and a dashboard promo card for unconnected companies. - skatteverket_company_connections table with pg-real coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): auto-settle AGI tax payment from skattekonto and surface SKV reconnect on the tax card The "Skatt att betala" card only cleared via the manual mark-paid button on the run detail page; the promised automatic flip from the Skattekonto sync was never implemented, so paid periods stayed red. - settleAgiTaxPayments: during every skattekonto sync, a booked "Arbetsgivardeklaration YYYYMM" debit row settles the matching agi_declarations.tax_paid_at, but only when the amount equals the declared total to the ore and the account is not in deficit (deterministic; drift or deficit falls back to manual). - Salary overview card: reconnect hint when the SKV token needs re-consent (link to /settings/tax, silent when the extension is off), plus an inline "Markera som betald" button reusing the existing endpoint and salary_payments strings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add cloud backup scheduling and alerting features - Implement unit tests for scheduling logic in `schedule.test.ts`, covering various scenarios for determining if a backup schedule is due. - Create a new module `backup-alert.ts` to handle failure alerts for cloud backup auto-sync, including email notifications for reauthentication and repeated failures. - Introduce `schedule.ts` to manage scheduling logic, including handling local time zones and converting between local and UTC hours. - Add CSV report generation functions in `archive-csv.ts` for trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and general ledger, ensuring compatibility with Swedish Excel formats. - Create a README generator for the archive structure in `archive-readme.ts`, providing clear documentation for users accessing backup files. - Implement tests for CSV report generation in `archive-csv.test.ts`, ensuring correct formatting and content. - Establish a full-archive coverage contract test in `full-archive-coverage.pg.test.ts` to ensure all company-scoped tables are properly classified for backup. * fix(stripe): correct invoice clearing reference and improve type safety in sync logic * fix(invoices): narrow accountingMethod before resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType settleInvoicePayment takes accountingMethod as a raw settings string, but resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType requires the 'accrual' | 'cash' union. Normalize at the call site (anything but 'cash' books as accrual), matching the existing useCashEntry semantics. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address CodeRabbit review findings and nitpicks on PR #1004 Review findings: - backup settings redirect: always force view=export over incoming params - AGI/VAT kvittens crons: isolate best-effort post-submit calls, check the signed-state persist error, guard recovery calls in catch blocks so one company cannot abort the rest; surface grant_revoked in the run summary - kvittens notifications: atomic claim-first dedup with a partial unique index; map non-uuid reference keys to deterministic uuids - grant probe: record the actual 2xx status; mTLS transport: handle response-stream errors - stripe: amount-aware idempotency keys for payment links; emit stripe.disconnected on upstream revocations - ROT/RUT beslut import: mutate in-memory request state after apply, move item + header writes into an atomic apply_rot_rut_beslut RPC, add rot_rut_payout to JournalEntrySourceTypeSchema - migrations: use NOT VALID + VALIDATE CONSTRAINT for CHECK constraints on journal_entries, notification_log and rot_rut_payout_requests - cloud backup: hour_utc-only schedule updates clear stale hour_local Nitpicks: - stripe sync: enforce the cron time budget inside per-connection event processing with idempotent cursor progress; maybeSingle for settings; honest partial-customer DTO shared with the settlement boundary - shared applyPaymentLinkToInvoice helper for both invoice send routes, v1 docblock documents step 6b and PAYMENT_LINK_FAILED - settings panel: drop redundant decodeURIComponent - cloud backup: document worst-case archive memory headroom Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

refactor(ui): design-system consistency pass over dense pages + i18n de-bloat (#961)
* refactor(ui): normalize dense pages to the locked design system Sweep of the info-dense surfaces against .claude/rules/design.md; no behavior changes, classNames and primitive adoption only. - Replace hand-rolled h1s with PageHeader (import, suppliers, kpi, salary/employees, skattekonto, settings layout) and drop the one double title (SalarySettingsContent under the settings h1) - Replace hand-rolled empty states with EmptyState (skattekonto, banking/api-keys/oauth/counterparty settings) and hand-rolled pulse divs with Skeleton (deadlines, report view loaders) - Remove semantic colors used as chrome: amber/emerald banners in AGIPanel and SkatteverketPanel, success/warning tints in kassaflodesanalys, arsredovisning and import become neutral surfaces with the tint kept on the icon only - Full-opacity borders everywhere (border-border/30-60, border-destructive/20-40, border-foreground/30, text-destructive/80) - Snap off-scale spacing (p-5 to p-6, p-2.5 to p-3, gap/mt-x.5 to scale values); KPI metric tiles p-6 to p-4 per the tile rule - Remove the mobile Select that duplicated the invoices status Tabs (TabsList already scrolls horizontally); single Tabs now serves both breakpoints - supplier-invoices: shared formatCurrency instead of a local formatAmount helper; skattekonto: formatDate/formatDateLong/ formatDateTime instead of raw dates and toLocaleString - arsredovisning flerarsoversikt converted to the Table primitive with right-aligned tabular-nums cells - Settings: CardTitle text-base on section cards, one heading idiom in AccountSettingsContent, h3 to h2 in CompanyProfileView Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(i18n): trim text bloat and fix an untranslated sv string - Fix invoice_credit.create_failed_fallback: sv catalog carried the English "Failed to create credit note"; now "Kunde inte skapa kreditfaktura". Translate new_user_checklist.step3_title in en - Drop descriptions that paraphrase their own title (design.md forbidden pattern): invoice_detail.credited_description, invoice_credit.original_card_description, invoice_editor customer/notes card descriptions (keys deleted from both catalogs, zero remaining usages); the transaction booking DialogDescription becomes sr-only so screen readers keep it - Trim redundant sentences from settings_salary.info_payroll_scope, settings_backup.intro, ext_cloud_backup_long_description, settings.name_description, salary_payments.open_payments_note and shorten invoice_credit.reason_card_description; statutory BFL/tax prose untouched - Normalize toast punctuation (dimensions/self_billing created_description lose the trailing period like their siblings) - common.delete "Radera" to "Ta bort" (zero live call sites; Radera stays reserved for irreversible account/company deletion) Catalogs verified key-identical (4795 keys each) and JSON-parseable. fix(entitlements): gate remaining paid-feature UI, drop stale beta pricing copy (#921)
* fix(entitlements): gate remaining paid-feature UI and drop stale beta pricing copy Second post-cutover sweep. Non-payers still hit live controls that 403 at the server gate, plus dead plan names in the inbox guide: - document-inbox guide: remove "Gratis under beta för Open-användare / Pro-planen / Se priser" (plans that no longer exist); inbox stays free, AI extraction is pitched as part of the subscription - payslip send button (RunProgressBar): disabled + tooltip without email_send; the free PDF download next to it is untouched - skattekonto "Synkronisera nu": disabled + tooltip without skatteverket - invoice post-create send-now dialog: skipped without email_send (the invoice page's SendInvoiceDialog carries the upsell) - recurring-invoice auto_send checkbox: disabled + UpgradeNote without email_send, and force-unchecked so edit mode can't PATCH it back on - AgentChat composer: replaced with UpgradeNote without ai, covering deep links to /chat/* and conversations opened before expiry - /onboarding/agent server page: hasCapability(ai) redirect to /settings/billing before the gated composer stream starts Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(entitlements): address review findings on the gating sweep - AgentChat: the mount effect auto-fired the first /api/agent/invoke on a fresh start regardless of capability; now returns early without ai, and Regenerate/Correction re-invokes are guarded too (real find by review bot) - recurring auto_send upsell copy moved to i18n (auto_send_requires_subscription, sv+en) matching the rest of the dialog - disabled-button tooltips wrapped in a span (payslip send + skattekonto sync): browsers suppress title on disabled elements Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/api and invoice (#911)
* feat(salary): validate employee clearing/kontonummer at entry Bank details on the "Anställda" form had no structural validation, so a typo in clearing/kontonummer was saved silently and only surfaced at Bankgirot LB generation (or never, on the SEPA path). Adds a shared validator (lib/salary/payment/bank-account.ts) wired into the create dialog, edit page, CreateEmployeeSchema, and the PATCH route: 4-digit clearing or 5-digit Swedbank (8xxxx), 5-11 digit account, both-or-neither. Mirrors encodeReceiverAccount so entry-time validation matches what the payout layer can encode. Update validates only when a bank field actually changes, so legacy free-text data stays editable. Includes a conservative clearing to bank-name hint (null for unknown ranges). Per-bank mod10/mod11 checksum deferred to a soft-warning follow-up. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(chart-of-accounts): styled delete warnings and bulk select-all Replace the native window.confirm() on single-account delete with the styled DestructiveConfirmDialog, and add to the prune dialog a master 'select all unused accounts' checkbox plus an explicit confirmation step before bulk deletion. New sv/en strings for the confirm titles and actions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): encrypt personnummer on v1 employee create; tolerate legacy plaintext on read The v1 REST create route stored personnummer unencrypted, which then threw ERR_CRYPTO_INVALID_AUTH_TAG on every decrypt-on-read path and 500'd the employees roster. Encrypt on write in v1 create, decrypt on read in the v1 list/detail/patch responses, and make decryptPersonnummer pass a raw 12-digit value through with a warn so a legacy plaintext row can't take the roster down. Encrypt seeded personnummer. Add a gated, idempotent backfill for existing rows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a manual entry as a reusable template Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual journal-entry form next to the existing "Anvand mall" picker, so users can capture a booking pattern the moment they work it out. Opens the shared TemplateForm (create mode) pre-seeded from the current lines via deriveTemplateLinesFromBooking, and saves through the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates. Rendered in both the mobile and desktop layouts and in create + edit modes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): label all staged operation types The Granskning list rendered the raw snake_case operation_type (e.g. create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox) for any type missing from the label map, which hogs the meta row and wraps awkwardly on mobile. Add short sv/en labels for all operation types in OPERATION_RISK_TIERS, plus a humanized fallback for future ones, and simplify the label map to a plain operation_type -> i18n-key record (the icon/variant fields were dead). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): let users file moms without a Skatteverket connection The momsdeklaration was never gated on the Skatteverket connection (it renders from the bookkeeping), but the not-connected "Anslut med BankID" card read as a wall. Make manual filing a first-class path: - Add a "Lämna in din momsdeklaration" card under the report with a PDF download (SKV 4700 layout, hela kronor) and a skatteverket.se link. - Add a momsdeklaration PDF route + template; buildManualFilingRows() rounds each ruta to whole kronor and recomputes ruta 49 per the SKV 4700 formula so it ties out. The PDF is a read/record copy, not a submission file (moms has no upload channel). - Offer PDF alongside Excel in the report's export menu. - Reframe the not-connected SkatteverketPanel to "Skicka direkt till Skatteverket (valfritt)". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): compact new-employee dialog and warn on bad account check digit Redesign NewEmployeeDialog into a compact layout: borderless sections split by hairline dividers (no per-section cards), a fixed header + scrolling body + solid footer (fixes content showing through the old sticky bar), and denser grids. EmployeeTaxCard gains a `flat` variant so the dialog can host it without card chrome; the edit page keeps the boxed version. Add non-blocking Swedish account check-digit validation (lib/bankgiro/account-number.ts): mod10 (reuses luhn) + mod11, with a clearing->method table from the Bankgirot "Bankernas kontonummeruppbyggnad" spec, cross-checked against jop-io/kontonummer.js and verified against a real account (Forex 9420/4172385). Surfaced as a soft warning in both employee forms; unrecognised clearings return 'unknown' so we never warn on a valid but unmapped account. Never blocks saving. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): configurable send time + editing for recurring invoices Re-register the accidentally-removed recurring cron (now hourly) and add a per-schedule send hour (Europe/Stockholm, DST-aware). The cron never sends for a past date, and the enabling migration pauses every existing schedule on deploy so nothing auto-sends behind a user's back; users reactivate consciously (with a confirm) or click "Skapa faktura nu" to send this month on demand. Automatic sending now requires a customer email. Adds a full edit flow (row click opens the prefilled form, PATCH), fixing the row-click 404. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): configure självfaktura via the invoice API Add an optional is_self_billed flag (plus external_invoice_number, self_billing_agreement_ref, received_date) to the public invoice-create endpoint so callers can register a received self-billing invoice (mottagen självfaktura, ML 17 kap 15§) via the API. It was previously only reachable from the internal dashboard route, so it was missing from the API docs. Extract the booking into a shared service (lib/invoices/self-billed-sale.ts) and refactor the internal /api/invoices/self-billed route to a thin wrapper over it, so the dashboard and the API cannot drift. Books as a sale (Debit 1510 / Credit 30xx+26xx) with the counterparty's number; no own number is consumed. Fields are plain optionals (no schema refine) so UpdateInvoiceSchema.omit() keeps working; required-when-self-billed is enforced in the route. Documented in the endpoint registry. No migration (columns already exist). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): allow a partial voucher-series-per-source-type map In Zod 4 an enum-keyed z.record is exhaustive (every source_type required), so saving a default_voucher_series_per_source_type map that omits a source type (e.g. the newly added result_appropriation) failed with "expected string, received undefined". Use partialRecord so the map can be sparse; the engine falls back to series 'A' for any unmapped key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(salary): resolve employer name via getCompanyDisplayName Payslip PDFs, the payslip email, AGI, KU10, and the BG/LB + SEPA payment files now resolve the employer name through getCompanyDisplayName (company_settings.company_name, falling back to companies.name), matching how invoices already display it. Read-side coalesce, so no migration or backfill: companies.name is write-once at onboarding and not authoritative for these surfaces. The sidebar company switcher uses the same coalesce for the non-active companies in the list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(kontoplan): index-only account usage counts + lighter reference load Add a covering index on journal_entry_lines (journal_entry_id, account_number) so get_account_usage_counts becomes an index-only scan (prod worst case ~440ms). Slim /api/bookkeeping/accounts/reference to return only the company's activation rows and merge against the client-bundled BAS_REFERENCE instead of re-sending the full ~1,300-account catalog every load, and defer the BAS catalog + usage counts off the first-paint critical path in ChartOfAccountsManager. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * i18n(salary): add bank-account checksum warning string sv/en strings for the employee bank-account (clearing/kontonummer) soft checksum warning shown by the create/edit forms. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: update decision log Append the 2026-07-06/07 decision entries (salary employer-name coalesce, sidebar switcher, employees API personnummer fix, kontoplan load optimization, momsdeklaration manual filing, recurring invoices resend + reactivation + editing, "spara som mall", voucher-series partial map, and självfaktura via the invoice API). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address compliance-review findings on recurring invoices + moms filing - recurring cron: close the double-send window with an atomic compare-and-set claim on last_run_at (release-on-failure) so two overlapping hourly runs can't both spawn from the same stale batch row - recurring edit dialog: force auto_send=false whenever the effective customer has no email, so a disabled-but-checked box can't PATCH auto_send=true after the async customer load - momsdeklaration manual-filing: truncate rutor to whole kronor (öretal faller bort per SFL 22 kap 1 §) instead of round-to-nearest, matching the SRU path Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(salary): allow recalling approval on a salary run (approved → review) (#894)
* feat(salary): allow recalling approval on a salary run (approved → review) An approved run was a dead end: the only forward path was paid → booked, so a wrong salary snapshot (e.g. stale employee monthly pay) could not be fixed without paying and then storno-correcting. Approval is an internal control point — nothing legally binding happens until payment, booking, or AGI filing — so recalling it is allowed until the AGI reaches Skatteverket. - POST /api/salary/runs/[id]/unapprove: approved → review; clears approved_by/at and payment-file tracking; deletes generated-but-unfiled AGI declarations (stale XML must not stay exportable); 409 once the AGI is pending_signature/submitted/accepted — correction AGI (same specifikationsnummer) is the lawful path then. - New salary_run.approval_reverted event for the audit trail. - "Ångra godkännande" secondary action on the run page with a consequence-aware confirm (payment file possibly at the bank, sent payslips, generated AGI), sv + en. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): delete stale AGI after the unapprove transition, not before Bot-review triage on #894: the declaration delete ran before the optimistic status update, so a failed transition (concurrent flip, transient error) would have destroyed the generated AGI while the run stayed approved. Flip the run first; a delete failure afterwards is harmless (agi_generated_at is already null, regeneration upserts over the orphan). Also record the deleted declaration id in the approval_reverted event payload, and warn in the confirm dialog that a manually filed AGI requires a correction declaration instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): close the unapprove TOCTOU on concurrent AGI filing Superagent P2 + compliance-bot round 2 on #894: AGI submission is allowed from approved (also out-of-band via MCP/public API), so a filing could land between the route's read and its update, and the route would flip the run and delete a submitted declaration. - Re-assert agi_submitted_at IS NULL inside the optimistic update filter, not just on the stale read. - Guard the declaration delete with the same status filter so it no-ops if the declaration advanced since the read; log a miss. - Zero-row update (PGRST116) now returns 409 "status har ändrats" instead of a generic 500. - The approval_reverted event only reports deletedAgiDeclarationId when a row was actually deleted. Check/salary bankid api (#892)
* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup - middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard - BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once (a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first, failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors - bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account - bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink (BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method) - login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: move secondary guides into docs/, delete dead root files Move DOCKER.md, SELF-HOSTING.md, WHITELABEL.md and extensions.md (renamed EXTENSIONS.md) into a new docs/ folder and update all path references (README, setup.sh, .dockerignore image rules, docker-publish workflow comment, _example-branding, lib/branding/service.ts). Delete two dead root files: customer.json (stray API-test payload) and findings.md (point-in-time swarm audit export, criticals already filed). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(api): security & correctness hardening + withRouteContext MFA migration across API routes Audit of ~100 app/api routes. Highlights: Security - agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped - calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only - bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded - agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated Correctness - account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000 rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) -> fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes) - voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced - 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed - assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed - invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent; deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod Convention - ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation, corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right where they figured out how something should be booked. - derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking (settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart) - extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility hints instead of duplicating them - save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts diverged. The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3 templates. Also fixed along the way: - Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all. - mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a non-fileable document before download. - Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR. - FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver (never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie the roll-forward exactly to booked UB. - build-input dedupes warnings now that the PDF path runs the same mapping. Regression test asserts no RR/BR label ever contains a four-digit account number again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr" with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode (prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest years. - lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis) - Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced, naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread - SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and now renders them - opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return 409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors: - Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek. Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate. - Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows. - Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied /api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well. - application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL) validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always failing the magic-byte check. - correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test). - Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE, TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE (company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots, skipping slots held by any existing row. - Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives). - Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of silently skipping the mirror. - Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt guidance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines. ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET /api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot follows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list bundle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks: - One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The separate /salary/runs/new page is gone. - Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail, KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/. - Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token], backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the route from auth redirects. - Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026). - AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid. - Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish, municipality tax-table lookup improvements. messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune, skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before this. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping - Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16 renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged). - Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs don't break the build type-check. - Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76. - template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding. - database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(), which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag. Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging. Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap) Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger, which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all. That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression). Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging. style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(ux): create salary runs, employees & recurring schedules in modals (#883)
* feat(ux): create salary runs, employees & recurring schedules in modals The last three full-page create flows move to ?new=1 URL-driven dialogs, matching the verifikat/invoice pattern (#861): - Salary run: 4-field form on /salary — creation was pure interruption before landing on the run-detail workspace. - Employee: the last register entity still page-based after customers, suppliers, and articles. - Recurring schedule: consistency with the invoice modal it feeds. Old /new routes survive as redirects so bookmarks and agent intents keep working. Dialogs close explicitly (header X / Avbryt) so half-typed forms survive stray Escape or backdrop clicks. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: move DECISIONS.md to repo root dev_docs/ is gitignored, so the decision log was invisible to other developers. Root matches the existing convention (CONTRIBUTING.md, SECURITY.md). CLAUDE.md pointer updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(lint): ignore Claude Code worktrees in eslint walk .claude/worktrees/ holds full repo copies; without the ignore, local npm run lint / check:lint walks them until the ratchet's 64 MB JSON parse buffer overflows. CI is unaffected (no worktrees there). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

style(ui): system-wide UX/UI polish pass — design-system conformance + copy cleanup (#835)
* style(ui): system-wide UX/UI polish pass — design-system conformance + copy cleanup Multi-agent scan of all 404 UI files against the locked design system, then 141 verified surgical fixes across 109 files (net -32 lines): - Remove forbidden elevation/motion: shadow-* and rounded-xl on cards, active:scale bounce, hover:shadow on list items, transition-all -> transition-colors. - Drop font-medium from single-weight Hedvig display headings/numerals. - Replace raw rainbow Tailwind status colors with Badge variants / brand tokens / neutral surfaces (achromatic chrome, semantic colors stay data-only). - Route raw dates through formatDate(), hand-rolled currency through formatCurrency(), add tabular-nums to financial figures; text-gray-* -> text-foreground tokens. - Swap hand-rolled skeletons for the Skeleton primitive; off-scale spacing -> token scale. - Fix copy: mislabeled "Leverantörsfakturor" -> "Utgifter" on bank-import outflow total, collapse no-op identical-branch ternaries, broken Swedish diacritics (mojibake), correct mismatch-password toast, correct supplier currency-field label. - Remove PII-leaking debug console.log on register, stray console.logs. Verified: tsc clean on all changed files, eslint clean, production build passes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): sanitize residual error logs in register flow Follow-up to PR review (compliance swarm V16 / GDPR Art.5(1)(f)): the remaining console.error calls in the register flow passed raw error objects, which Supabase may populate with PII (email) in nested fields. feat(entitlements): per-company capability paywall — gate, trial seeding, UI upsells, Stripe checkout (#815)
* feat(entitlements): capability-grant gate substrate (paywall + modularity) Two-axis capability primitive behind the SaaS paywall and the per-tenant modularity/marketplace vision: - migration: capability_grants (entitlement axis, polymorphic company/firm scope), company_capability_config (enablement axis), metered_events (append-only), company_has_capability() RPC reusing the 20260619130100 tenant guard; SELECT-only RLS (writes service-role only, no self-grant). - lib/entitlements: hasCapability/requireCapability gate (mirrors guardSandbox, fail-closed, NEXT_PUBLIC_SELF_HOSTED bypass), capability key namespace, metering helper. - unit (11) + pg-real tests (RPC/RLS/tenant-guard incl. no-self-grant). Gate not yet wired into call sites (follow-up commit). Paid keys: ai, bank_sync, skatteverket, email_send. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(entitlements): enforce capability gate at paid external-service chokepoints Wire the gate into the paid surfaces (keys: ai, email_send, bank_sync, skatteverket): - AI routes (agent invoke/composer/onboarding stream): requireCapability(ai) - Invoice send (web + v1): requireCapability(email_send) - document-extraction event handler: skip Bedrock extract if ai not entitled - enable-banking + skatteverket crons: per-company hasCapability skip in loop - colocated send-route test mocks updated (requireCapability -> null) Free per founder decision: TIC org lookup, VIES VAT validation, FX auto-fetch, cloud backup, BankID login, all internal bookkeeping. DEPLOY ORDER: fail-closed by design — do NOT deploy before trial/comp grant seeding lands, or companies without grants lose these features. Seeding + Stripe checkout/webhook are the next steps. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(entitlements): seed trial + comp capability grants Makes the fail-closed gate safely deployable — nobody is locked out at cutover: - AFTER INSERT trigger on companies grants every NEW company a 30-day trial on the PAID keys (ai, bank_sync, skatteverket, email_send), on ALL creation paths (RPC/MCP/direct) — so a new signup can use onboarding AI immediately. - one-time backfill for EXISTING companies: created <=2026-06-07 -> trial ends 2026-07-07; created later -> created_at + 30 days. - permanent comp grants for Arcim/Mattsson (matched by name, no hardcoded UUIDs). - pg tests: clearGrants() for controlled resolver tests + trigger coverage. Trigger fn is SECURITY DEFINER so it writes grants regardless of caller RLS (table has no INSERT policy for authenticated — no self-grant). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(entitlements): client capability visibility + billing page Non-payers get a clean upsell instead of broken/empty features: - CompanyContext gains capabilities[] + useCapability(key); resolved once server-side in the dashboard layout via getCompanyCapabilities (batched, 2 queries), all three provider branches wired. - /settings/billing upgrade page — the destination upsells point to (Stripe Payment Link via NEXT_PUBLIC_STRIPE_PAYMENT_LINK; degrades to 'coming soon' until automated checkout lands). - ChatEmptyState: non-payer sees an Uppgradera CTA (mirrors the sandbox state). - SendInvoiceDialog: email send disabled + upsell note when email_send missing (extends the existing sandbox-disable pattern). Fast-follow: chat input/FAB + document-inbox empty state + bank/skatteverket/ AI-suggest buttons + a shared capability_blocked->toast backstop. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(entitlements): gate remaining paid UI surfaces with upsell (fast-follow) disable-with-upsell across the rest of the paid surfaces (keys: bank_sync, skatteverket, ai): - BankSyncNowButton: sync/reconnect disabled + note when !bank_sync (CSV/SIE stays free) - AGIPanel: AGI submit-to-Skatteverket disabled + note when !skatteverket - SkatteverketConnectPanel: BankID connect/reconnect disabled + upsell - ApprovalCard: AI re-propose (correction) gated; manual approve/reject stay free - InvoiceInboxWorkspace: upsell when extraction empty AND !ai (deterministic parse + manual entry unaffected) - AgentTrigger FAB: routes to /settings/billing when !ai (no dead chat) - settings nav: 'Abonnemang'/'Subscription' link to /settings/billing (sv/en) TaxPaymentPanel + TransactionInboxCard intentionally untouched — only local/ deterministic actions there, nothing paid+external to gate. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(entitlements): automated Stripe subscription checkout + webhook Self-serve revenue wired to the same capability-grant primitive: - migration: company_subscriptions (company<->Stripe link/status) + stripe_webhook_events (idempotency) - lib/stripe: getStripe singleton, plan->price mapping, subscription-sync (statusGrantsAccess / subscriptionToState / applySubscriptionState / handleStripeEvent). Active sub -> upsert source='stripe' grants for PAID keys (expiry = period_end + 3d grace); canceled/unpaid -> remove ONLY stripe grants (freeze-and-retain). - routes: POST /api/billing/checkout (hosted subscription Checkout, company_id metadata), POST /api/billing/portal (Customer Portal), POST /api/stripe/webhook (raw-body signature verify, event-id dedup; handles checkout.session.completed + customer.subscription.*) - billing page: real plan-toggle Checkout CTA / manage-subscription portal, gated on isStripeConfigured() - adds stripe@22; unit tests for sync logic Provisioning is webhook-driven (never trusts the success redirect). Needs env: STRIPE_SECRET_KEY, STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET, STRIPE_PRICE_MONTHLY, STRIPE_PRICE_YEARLY. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(entitlements): validate UUIDs in capability filter + log webhook errors Addresses PR review (Superagent Security / PR Agent): - has-capability.ts: validate companyId/teamId as UUIDs before interpolating into the PostgREST .or() filter (fail-closed) — removes the latent injection vector flagged in the entitlement gate. Unit tests updated to use UUIDs. - stripe/webhook: log processing failures with event id + type before the generic 500, so a failing webhook is visible to operators. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): always-free AGI XML download for manual filing; only direct API submit is paid Per founder decision on the swedish-compliance-review finding: AGI is a mandatory statutory filing, so producing/downloading the AGI XML must never be paywalled. Adds a free 'Ladda ner AGI-fil' button (generates + downloads the XML for manual upload to Skatteverket's e-service) on all tiers; the gated 'Skicka in underlag' stays the paid convenience (direct API submission — which also requires the paid BankID connection). Upsell reworded to point to the manual path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(entitlements): harden comp-grant match after prod verification Verified Arcim/Mattsson in prod (pwxtzglxptnnvjrpixpg): the name match was case-sensitive (missed the active 'Arcim technology AB' lowercase variant) and would have granted 3 archived dupes. Now match by org_number (5595386219 / 5595719864) OR case-insensitive name, active companies only — hits exactly the 3 active comp companies, excludes archived dupes and the unrelated 'Amnäs Mattsson, Emil' enskild firma. Add/pdf and templates (#705)
* fix(invoices): apply configured voucher series to payments + preview next voucher The booking engine resolves the series from default_voucher_series_per_source_type, but the global "Standardserie" dropdown wrote a separate field the engine ignored, and cash-method invoice payments (invoice_cash_payment) weren't exposed in settings — so configured series were silently dropped to "A". - Expose cash/private payment source types in the per-source-type form - Write the global default through to the map on save, keeping overrides - Resolve voucher-sequences/next by source_type (+date) to match the engine - Show the upcoming voucher (V2) in the payment dialog title - Share resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType so preview and booking can't drift Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): keep AGI panel in sync with Skatteverket signing state The AGI panel mixed run-scoped generation state (agi_generated_at, agi_declarations) with period-scoped submission state (extension_data agi_submission_{period}), so the two could drift and present contradictory UI. Reconcile them: - Auto-detect a Mina Sidor BankID signature: while awaiting_signing, poll /agi/kvittenser on mount and on tab refocus so the panel flips to "signed" (hiding the signing actions) without a manual "Hamta kvittens" click. - Warn instead of offering to sign when the locked granskningsunderlag predates the run's latest AGI generation (draftIsStale) — avoids filing superseded figures. - Self-heal a stale "AGI-XML saknas" error once the run's AGI is (re)generated out-of-band (MCP/API/other tab). - Refetch the salary run on tab focus so agi_generated_at reflects out-of-band generation without a hard reload. - /agi/lasUpp now clears the cached agi_submission_{period} record, so unlocking drops the panel back to the pre-submission state instead of stranding it on a released "redo att signeras" draft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: Implement VAT registration handling and invoice item line types - Added VAT registration check in commitCreateInvoice to set VAT rate to 0% for non-VAT registered companies. - Updated invoice creation logic to reflect 'exempt' VAT treatment and adjusted related fields accordingly. - Introduced support for free-text and blank spacer rows in invoice items by adding a new line_type field. - Enhanced invoice and credit note handling to accommodate new line types. - Added new localized messages for text rows in English and Swedish. - Created tests for salary run approval logic, ensuring bank details are validated correctly. - Implemented effective net payout calculation for salary runs, considering tax overrides. - Added SQL migrations to support new invoice item line types and accounting method awareness for linking invoices to vouchers. * feat(articles): artikelregister with revenue account + VAT rate per article Article register (non-inventory) with per-article VAT rate and optional BAS class-3 revenue-account override. Includes API routes, UI pages, MCP tools, pending-operation staging, and the activate-or-create account flow (ACCOUNTS_NOT_IN_CHART -> ActivateAccountsDialog, unknown numbers -> AddAccountDialog) reusing the journal entry UX. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): no-doc-required batch + bulk-missing endpoints Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(payments): supplier payment lines + cash-method invoice matching Shared payment-line proposal for supplier invoices, improved match-invoice/match-supplier-invoice flows (kontantmetoden-aware), and voucher-link support without requiring a 151x clearing entry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): new journal entry dialog, SIE import tweaks, misc New journal entry dialog component, journal list/page updates, invoice editor updates, SIE import adjustments, transaction ingest and api-key tweaks, pr-agent workflow update. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): implement tax reduction features and localization updates * feat(tests): add VAT registration gate to pending operations commit tests --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/user feedback (#679)
* feat(bookkeeping): make blocked fiscal-year creation actionable When creating a new räkenskapsår is blocked because a prior period is still open, the "Skapa räkenskapsår" dialog no longer dead-ends on an English toast. The API now returns the canonical bilingual error envelope with the blocking periods (id/name/dates) under details, and the dialog renders a Swedish panel that locks them inline (reversible locked_at) via the existing /lock endpoint and retries creation. The guard rule is unchanged and remains BFL-compliant: BFL 6 kap allows löpande bokföring of the new year in parallel with the prior year's bokslut, so a lock (not a full close) is sufficient and reversible. - Add PERIOD_CREATE_BLOCKED_BY_OPEN_PERIODS structured error code - Return envelope + details.blockingPeriods from the 409 (was English string) - CreatePeriodDialog: inline "lås och skapa" panel + lock-and-retry - Update route tests for the new envelope shape Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): prevent mouse wheel from mutating number inputs A focused <input type="number"> would change its value on scroll, silently turning e.g. a 20000 salary into 19998. Blur number inputs on wheel so the page scrolls instead of editing the value. Applied at the Input primitive so all number fields are protected. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): auto-derive skattetabell and kolumn for employees Replace the opaque manual "Skattetabell (29-42)" and "Kolumn (1-6)" inputs on the employee form with a self-deriving flow: the user picks their folkbokföringskommun from a searchable dropdown and the tax table fills itself in, while the column derives from the personnummer we already collect. - Add a searchable municipality picker (MunicipalityCombobox) backed by a new cached GET /api/salary/tax-tables/kommuner endpoint. - Wrap the whole "Skatt" card in a self-contained EmployeeTaxCard used by both the create and edit pages, with InfoTooltips and named column options. - deriveTaxColumn(): auto-select column 1 for under-66 employees; leave the ambiguous 66+ case (pension vs working senior) to a clearly-named manual choice. - Fix fetchKommunTaxRates() to page through all ~1300 församling rows instead of a single 500-row page (which silently dropped ~200 kommuner, incl. Göteborg) and normalize the uppercase names to title case. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): correct CSV amount-column guess and surface skipped rows Manual CSV column-mapping auto-guess walked each data row right-to-left and picked the first numeric cell as the amount, so on the common ...;Belopp;Saldo layout it grabbed the trailing running-balance column. Extract the guess into a pure, tested suggestColumnMapping(): match header labels first (belopp/amount -> amount, saldo/balance -> balance), auto-fill the balance field, and fall back to value heuristics that skip the balance column and prefer a column carrying negative values. Also surface stats.skipped_rows + parse warnings in BankFileConfirmStep - the manual-mapping path skips the preview step that was the only place they showed, so skipped rows were silently dropped from view. Add a unit test reproducing the Saldo-as-amount regression. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add "Save as draft" functionality for invoices - Implemented a new feature to allow users to save invoices as unnumbered drafts without generating an invoice number until finalized. - Added a `save_as_draft` flag to the CreateInvoiceInput schema to handle draft saving logic. - Updated the invoice creation API to skip number allocation when saving as a draft. - Introduced a new endpoint for finalizing drafts, which allocates an invoice number and emits an `invoice.created` event. - Enhanced the UI to include a "Save as draft" button, with loading states and tooltips. - Updated tests to cover the new draft saving and finalization logic, including race conditions for concurrent modifications. - Added relevant error handling for draft finalization and deletion scenarios. * feat(employee): add employment start and end date fields to employee forms * feat: enhance invoice and salary run handling with improved validation and event logging --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/m sprint fixes (#613)
* fix(dashboard): exclude ignored and already-triaged transactions from stale count The "Gamla transaktioner" widget counted transactions that had been ignored or already marked as is_business=true but not yet booked, so users saw a nag for a row they had already dealt with — and the /transactions inbox correctly hid it. Align the count with the inbox criterion (is_business IS NULL, is_ignored = false) so the widget clears when the row leaves the inbox. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): read entity_type from settings response wrapper The transactions page read entityRes.entity_type directly, but /api/settings returns { data: { entity_type, ... } }. The expression was always undefined, so setEntityType never fired and entityType stayed at its initial 'enskild_firma'. The template picker's entity_type filter then dropped every aktiebolag-tagged user template for AB customers — only entity_type='all' templates made it through. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * stale templates bank sync journal entry from transaction * fixed pr comments * fixed pr comment --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat: voucher linking, recovery ops, and salary overrides (#591)
* feat: voucher linking, recovery ops, and salary overrides Adds reversible/correction-style write paths that customers and agents have been asking for, plus per-run salary employee overrides. Invoice → voucher linking - POST /api/invoices/[id]/link-to-voucher and GET /api/invoices/[id]/voucher-candidates - lib/invoices/voucher-matching.ts with full + pg test coverage - LinkVoucherPicker UI in PaymentBookingDialog - pending_operations.operation_type expanded with link_invoice_voucher (medium risk) and a (journal_entry_id, invoice_id) unique guard - MCP: gnubok_find_voucher_candidates_for_invoice and gnubok_link_invoice_to_voucher tools SIE undo - POST /api/import/sie/[id]/undo + undo_sie_import RPC - sie_imports.status gains 'undone' - ImportResultStep surfaces the action; structured error SIE_UNDO_FAILED Edit-recreate journal entries - POST /api/bookkeeping/journal-entries/[id]/edit-recreate - Bookkeeping detail page wires it into the existing edit flow Delete-last-voucher clears IB link - Trigger + pg test ensure deleting the last voucher of a period nulls the opening_balance_journal_entry_id link so a re-import lands cleanly Salary employee overrides - salary_run_employees gains per-run override fields + migration - lib/salary/effective-values.ts centralises resolved values; all payslip, payment, AGI, KU, and booking routes read through it - SalaryOverridePanel on the employee detail page Account classifier - lib/bookkeeping/account-classifier.ts + tests; AddAccountDialog uses it - backfill-import-accounts script updated Misc - toast: minor styling tweak - AGI generate-declaration: respect effective values - structured-errors: new LINK_INVOICE_VOUCHER namespace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add link_invoice_voucher operation type to pending_operations * feat: refactor salary run calculations and update error handling for SIE imports * fix: PR review feedback on voucher linking and SIE recovery pg-real (blocking): - tests/pg/delete-last-voucher-ib: drop posted_at = now() from the seed UPDATE — journal_entries has no posted_at column. - lib/invoices/__tests__/voucher-matching.pg: seed the posted voucher before closing the fiscal period so enforce_period_lock doesn't block the INSERT during setup. voucher-matching error codes and rollback: - Add LINK_VOUCHER_DB_ERROR (HTTP 500) and return it on real invoice UPDATE / payment INSERT failures. Previously these returned LINK_VOUCHER_VOUCHER_NOT_FOUND (404) which the pending-op dispatcher auto-rejects on transient DB errors. - Log rollback failures explicitly so an invoice left in a half-linked state (advanced status, no payment row) surfaces for manual reconciliation instead of disappearing silently. resyncNextPeriodOpeningBalance ordering: - Create the new IB first, relink the period FK, then storno the old IB. Previously the storno ran first; if createJournalEntry failed the next period was left with a reversed IB and nothing to replace it, and executeSIEImport swallows the error as a non-fatal warning. replace_period_opening_balance_link: - Tighten role check to owner/admin (was owner/admin/member). Matches delete_last_voucher and undo_sie_import. Data minimisation: - /api/invoices/[id]/voucher-candidates and the matching MCP tools now project only the invoice and customer fields the matcher reads, instead of returning the full customer row. Schema bounds: - SalaryEmployeeOverrideSchema caps each numeric override at 10 MSEK to catch typos before they reach the ledger or AGI. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): supply user_id when seeding voucher_sequences voucher_sequences.user_id is NOT NULL (per the multi-tenant refactor in 20260330130000). The previous test seed only set company_id / fiscal_period_id / voucher_series, which made the seed fail with a constraint violation on the latest pg-real run. Pass the same userId used elsewhere in the seed helper. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): scope delete-last-voucher RPC assertions inside the tx withUserContext always ROLLBACKs, so any DELETE the RPC performs is discarded when the callback returns. The previous test then queried journal_entries via a fresh getPool() connection that only saw the pre-RPC committed seed state — hence "expected '1' to be '0'". Move every post-RPC assertion (entry count, period FK clear, opening_balances_set flip, audit log entry, sie_imports clear) inside the same withUserContext callback so they observe the uncommitted state before ROLLBACK fires. Also fix the sie_imports INSERT: the column is `filename`, not `file_name`, and `sie_type` is NOT NULL. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): assert against the IB-marker audit row directly DELETE on journal_entries fires two audit_log writes: the generic write_audit_log() trigger row ("Deleted journal_entries record") and the delete_last_voucher RPC's explicit "(was period IB)" entry. Both land at the same statement_timestamp(), so ORDER BY created_at DESC LIMIT 1 returned the trigger row non-deterministically in CI. Switch to a presence check with a LIKE filter on the IB marker so the test verifies what it actually cares about — that the RPC's IB-aware audit row exists. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(db): set company_id on delete_last_voucher audit_log rows 20260528120000_delete_last_voucher_clears_ib_link.sql inserts directly into audit_log without setting company_id. audit_log's SELECT policy filters company_id IN user_company_ids(), so those rows landed with company_id=NULL and were invisible to every reader — only the generic write_audit_log() trigger row remained visible. That broke BFL audit- trail intent: the "(was period IB)" provenance row was never readable. Republish delete_last_voucher with p_company_id populated on both audit_log INSERTs (draft path and posted path). Behavior is otherwise unchanged; the pg-real test for the IB-clear flow now sees the RPC-written marker row as expected. feat(sandbox, branding): prod-parity demo with AI gating + accounted rebrand (#585)
* feat(sandbox, branding): prod-parity demo with AI gating + accounted rebrand Sandbox now ships with seeded suppliers, supplier invoices, an asset, a verified agent_profile, and pending operations so the demo company exercises every prod surface. Server-side `guardSandbox()` short- circuits any AI or paid-external API call (Bedrock chat/composer, Resend invoice send, Riksbanken FX, VIES, etc.) and the AgentSheet swaps in a SandboxAgentPreview that explains what's gated and offers a register CTA. DashboardContent no longer mounts the NewUserChecklist when the agent is already built, fixing the path that let sandbox users still trigger /onboarding/agent. Visible branding flips from Gnubok to Accounted: new BrandWordmark component (Hedvig Letters Serif 700), new app/icon.png + PWA icons generated from the accounted icon, default appName updated. URLs, header names, API key prefixes, hostnames, and event/cookie/ localStorage keys keep `gnubok` — the rebrand is visual only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): hardcode supplier-invoice arrival numbers in seed get_next_arrival_number is MAX(arrival_number) + 1 against the same table we're about to insert into. Calling it twice before either row lands made both calls return 1, which then violated the (company_id, arrival_number) unique index — POST /api/sandbox/seed 500'd on first sandbox start. The seeded company is brand new in this branch so 1 and 2 are guaranteed unused; hardcoding side-steps the race entirely. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): set paid_amount=0 on unpaid supplier invoice PostgREST normalizes the column set across rows in a bulk insert, so the second supplier invoice (Espresso House, status=registered) was being sent with paid_amount=null because the first row (Telia, paid) set it. supplier_invoices.paid_amount is NOT NULL DEFAULT 0; the default only kicks in when the column is *absent* from the payload, not when it's explicitly null. Set it inline to side-step the normalization. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): set actor_type=agent_chat on seeded pending_operations pending_operations only allows user-scoped INSERTs via the `pending_operations_chat_insert` policy, which requires actor_type='agent_chat' alongside auth.uid()=user_id + company membership. The seed was inserting with the default actor_type='user', tripping the RLS check. Also lift risk_level from preview_data (where it was unused) onto the row itself, matching the column added in 20260430120000_pending_operations_actor_and_risk. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pr-review): address PR #585 review feedback Fixes called out by the core-only CI check, Greptile, and the compliance + Swedish-accounting bots: - AGI Programnamn pinned back to 'gnubok' (CI blocker). The XML Skatteverket receives must keep the stable software identifier regardless of the visual rebrand — same rule as the v1 health endpoint's `service: 'gnubok'` literal. - handleCreateAccount in SandboxAgentPreview + ChatEmptyState now wraps signOut() in try/catch so a transient Supabase failure doesn't strand the user on a dead button (greptile P2 × 2). - /api/currency/rate hard-fails on missing companyId instead of conditionally skipping the sandbox guard (greptile P2 / compliance V8.2.1). - topUpSandboxAdditions now delegates to ensureSandboxAgentProfile; the assistant persona lives in exactly one place across the seed, layout backfills, and top-up path (greptile P2 outside-diff / compliance SOC2 CC6.1). - ensureSandboxAgentProfile drops the userId param and sets verified_by_user_id to NULL — synthetic seed data should not attribute verification to a real user (compliance V8.2.1 / GDPR Art. 25(2)). Errors now logged via the structured logger instead of being silently swallowed (V16). - Sandbox seed swaps real-world company names (Telia, Espresso House) for clearly-synthetic Demo-prefixed brands using the 5559... documentation org-number range (compliance A.8.33). Asset cost bumped 24 000 → 35 000 SEK so the demo clears the förbrukningsinventarier threshold and illustrates capitalization unambiguously (swedish-asset-accounting). - Representation pending-operation preview corrected: VAT label fixed from 6% → 12%, and input VAT split between the avdragsgill (2641) and ej-avdragsgill (5811) portions to match swedish-vat / ML 8 kap rules (swedish-vat). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pr-review): seed preview consistency + AGI Programnamn constant Two last review-bot items before merge: - Sandbox seed: the representation pending-operation preview was splitting the 240 SEK café meal 60/180 between 5810 and 5811, which is wrong for a single attendee under the 300 SEK / person avdragsgill cap (ML 8 kap) — the entire amount is fully avdragsgill in that case. Collapse the preview to a single 5810 + 2641 + 2440 entry so it matches the supplier_invoice_items row 1:1 and stops teaching demo users an incorrect bookkeeping pattern. - Hoist the AGI Programnamn 'gnubok' literal into a named constant with a comment pointing to potential future Skatteverket vendor registration (per the swedish-compliance bot's nit). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): avoid BFL duplicate-verification on pending op + fix VAT cap comment Swedish-compliance bot caught two final nits: - The pending operation for the Demokafé representation was using the same supplier_invoice_number as the already-seeded supplier_invoices row (88245). If the sandbox user approved the staged operation, the insert would have created (or attempted) a duplicate verification — BFL 5 kap. requires each affärshändelse be recorded exactly once. Swap the staged operation's invoice number to a distinct value (INKOMMANDE-2026-001) so approval cleanly creates a new row. - The preview comment described the 300 SEK threshold as an "avdragsgill cap". The actual rule (ML 8 kap. 9 §) caps the deductible VAT at 25 % × 300 SEK × antal_personer = 75 SEK per person — the 300 SEK is the tax base, not the total. Math here is correct either way, but the comment now states the correct formula so future seed edits don't propagate the wrong understanding. Agent v1 bundle: TIC v2 onboarding, in-app assistant gating, sidebar nav, MCP fixes (#584)
* fix(sie-import): accept tab as field separator (Bollbok exports) The SIE 4 spec allows either space or tab between fields, but splitSIELine() only treated space (0x20) as a separator. Bollbok exports tab-separated lines for every record except #RAR, which silently swallowed all #IB / #UB / #KONTO / #KTYP / #VER / #TRANS records — imports appeared empty even though the file was well-formed. Also adds a parser-side diagnostic that emits a warning when raw #IB or #VER lines are present in the input but parsing produced none. The previous silent failure is how this bug stayed hidden; the warning gives the import preview something visible to surface next time. Verified against two real reproducer files (Sean / Erik Hellqvist): erik h 2025.SE (UTF-8): 166 accounts, 66 IB, 4 UB, 11 RES, 95 vouchers, 198 TRANS. erik h 2026.SE (CP437): 166 accounts, 66 IB, 4 UB, 0 vouchers. Both now parse with zero warnings/errors. Tests: + 8 Bollbok-shape tab-separated fixtures (2025 + 2026 quoting variants). + 4 silent-failure diagnostic-warning tests. All 74 sie-parser tests pass; 155/155 in lib/import; 64/64 downstream callers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sie-import): address PR #513 review — strip #KTYP quotes, suppress redundant aggregate warning Two non-blocking P2 findings from Greptile review on PR #513: 1. #KTYP handler stored fields[2] directly, so Bollbok 2026 exports (#KTYP\t1510\t"T") stored '"T"' with literal quotes instead of 'T'. Latent defect — accountType is unused downstream today, but my tab- separator fix made the quoted-value path reachable. Now routes through parseStringField so both Bollbok 2025 (unquoted T) and 2026 (quoted "T") land as 'T'. 2. The aggregate "kontrollera fältavskiljare och teckenkodning" warning fired alongside per-record 'error'-severity issues for malformed #IB / #VER records, producing a misleading hint when the parser had already pinpointed the structural problem. Now suppressed when an error-severity issue with the same tag already exists. Test coverage: + accountType asserted to be 'T' (not '"T"') in both 2025 + 2026 shapes. + VER aggregate-warning test now uses #VER lines without { } blocks (silent loss, no per-record error) — the canonical case the diagnostic is designed for. + New suppression test: bare #VER produces per-record errors AND the aggregate warning is absent. 75/75 sie-parser tests pass; 156/156 in lib/import. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: agent chat + composer + memory + document extraction In-progress work on this branch beyond the SIE-import fixes: - Specialized accountant agent (composer + intents + chat loop) - Persistent agent_conversations/messages, agent_profiles, agent_memory - /chat surface + /onboarding/agent + /settings/agent-memory - document-extraction extension with status hooks - MCP server staging refactor + new skills (atoms, bank reconciliation, customer onboarding, kreditfaktura) - pending_operations rejection feedback (category + reason) + realtime - TIC company profile cached snapshot on companies - 17 migrations (all additive — see prior conversation analysis) Parked while branch waits for review/merge. Migrations are already applied to prod. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(tic): migrate company-data client from api-core v1 to Lens v2 Swaps the seven TIC company-data endpoints we call from the api-core paths (`/datasets/companies/{companyId}/...`, `/search/companies`) to the Lens equivalents (`/companies/{id}/...`, `/search-public/companies`). Hard cutover; proxy pattern preserved. Schema shifts handled inside the extension so consumers (TicWorkspace, Step2CompanyDetails) don't need changes: - `/companies/{id}/bank-accounts` now returns Bankgirot only — map to the existing `{ type, accountNumber, bic }` shape, drop terminated. - `/companies/{id}/industries` returns a discriminated array — filter to `companyIndustryCodeType === 'sni2007'` to preserve v1 behavior. - `/companies/{id}/phone-numbers` renamed the field to `phoneNumberFormatted` (fall back to `e164PhoneNumber`). - `/companies/{id}/documents` replaces `/financial-report-summaries`; filter `type === 'annualReport'` and read nested `financialReportMetadata` to rebuild the legacy summary shape. - `isCeased` is now a top-level boolean; `activityStatus` is an enum. Translate enum -> 'ceased' for the workspace's existing check. BankID identity flow (id.tic.io) is untouched — separate TIC product. Note: deploy gated on the TIC proxy being flipped to lens-api.tic.io with an `x-api-key` Lens key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tic): expose v2 onboarding & workspace data Adds six new Lens (v2) fetchers on top of the migration that already landed in this branch, surfacing the data through /lookup and /profile. New fetchers in lib/tic-client.ts: - getFiscalYears /companies/{id}/fiscal-years - getAccountingPeriods /companies/{id}/accounting-periods - getPayrolls /companies/{id}/payrolls - getSignatory /companies/{id}/signatory - getRepresentatives /companies/{id}/representatives - getCompanyStatus /companies/{id}/status /lookup gains a fiscalYear field (current fiscal-year configuration) so onboarding Step 2 can skip manual MM-DD entry. CompanyLookupResult extended with optional fiscalYear; consumers without it keep working. /profile gains five new sections on TICCompanyProfile: - fiscalYear + fiscalYearHistory current + deduped period list - signatory firmateckning descriptions - board + representatives board-composition summary + active officers (positionEnd in future) - payrolls payroll2 array newest-first, with deviation vs annual-report - statuses current+historical status entries with red/yellow/green/neutral color TicWorkspace renders the new data as four cards (Status, Fiscal year + Signatory, Board + Representatives, Payroll history) plus a Badge mapping for the traffic-light status color. Tests: 52 -> 60 passing. Added unit tests for the new fetchers' v2 paths, fiscal-year auto-fill in /lookup, and full v2 profile coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(onboarding, agent): lean on TIC v2 to skip Steps 1 & 3 and sharpen Opus Three small wins that unlock more of the v2 cutover. No new endpoints — the data was already in the snapshot, just not flowing where it should. Step 1 (entity_type) — deep-link path only: - /lookup now returns `legalEntityType` and `registrationDate` (added to CompanyLookupResult). - /onboarding/page.tsx does a server-side /lookup prefetch when ?org_number= is present (BankID picker path), maps "AB"/"EF" to the EntityType enum, and seeds Step 1's radio. Falls through silently for unsupported codes (HB, KB, …) and on TIC errors. - WelcomeOnboarding hydrates ticLookup state from the server prefetch so Step 2's debounced client fetch and Step 3's first-year inference both have data on first render — no flash. Step 3 (is_first_fiscal_year) — every path: - deriveFirstYearDefaults() parses ticLookup.registrationDate and returns { isFirstFiscalYear, firstYearStart } when registered <12 months ago. Step 3's initialData picks it up; the user only confirms the end date. - Settings value wins when present so existing users with a saved choice don't get overridden. Composer prompt: - redactTic allowlist was the bottleneck — it stripped beneficialOwners, signatory, board, representatives, payrolls, statuses, fiscalYear before Opus ever saw the JSON. Existing filterRedundantQuestions ownership logic was effectively dead because the data path was severed. Expanded allowlist to include those v2 sections; kept bankAccounts/ email/phone/fiscalYearHistory/financialReports out (token cost > signal). - SYSTEM_PROMPT now documents each v2 section and the rules Opus should apply: payroll signal switches from "registration.payroll" to "actual payrolls[] filings" (kills the false-positive swedish-payroll selection for newly registered employers); beneficialOwners[] becomes the authoritative ownership source (single owner → FMB modifier; multiple → multi-owner); statuses[] isCeased/red triggers an uncertainty_note. Tests: 4112 unchanged. Build: green. No schema or migration changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): onboarding polish + composer signal fixes from first-run feedback UX: - AgentOnboarding: drop the 10s "Hoppa över — fortsätt med standardval" escape hatch. The fallback path runs automatically on timeout; the manual skip just teased users into a degraded build. - ReviewCard step 2 title: "Stämma av detaljerna" → "Stäm av detaljerna" (imperative form matches the rest of the steps). - Drop em-dashes from user-visible Swedish strings in AgentOnboarding + ReviewCard (fallback labels, subtitles, placeholder, error message, final CTA). Em-dashes survive in code comments only. - "Fråga min revisor" → "Fråga min assistent" everywhere it surfaced: AgentTrigger, AgentSparkleButton, ReviewCard preview, ReviewCard fallback comment, general.help intent buttonLabel + prompt text. - AgentTrigger / AgentSparkleButton / EmptyState.AgentHelpLink / TransactionInboxCard ask-button all gated on identity.isVerified. Pre-onboarding users no longer see the floating FAB or per-page Sparkle buttons. AgentSheetProvider.identity gained an isVerified field; (dashboard)/layout.tsx selects agent_profiles.verified_at and passes it through. TIC verksamhetsbeskrivning: - tic/index.ts /profile: /companies/{id}/purposes returns every historical verksamhetsföremål filing. Picking [0] was returning the oldest "äga och förvalta" holding-company boilerplate for companies whose later filings narrowed the purpose ("tillhandahålla företagskrediter och finansiella teknologilösningar"). Sort the array by lastUpdatedAtUtc desc and take the most recent non-empty purpose. Composer banking signal: - loadBankingSummary now reads journal_entry_id alongside description/amount/date and returns per-counterparty `direction` ('in' | 'out' | 'mixed') and `has_unbooked` (any row not yet booked). Aggregate `unbooked_count` accompanies the rollup. - buildUserPrompt emits each counterparty as `Name: 12 345 kr (ut, OBOKFÖRD)` so Opus can tell income from cost on sight and tell which counterparties are still open questions. - SYSTEM_PROMPT now explicitly forbids verification questions about counterparties whose direction is unambiguous AND status is 'bokförd'. Should kill the regressions from the first agent build: * "Konsult, J 98 565 kr — intäkt eller kostnad?" when the amount is clearly negative. * "ALMI AB 493 000 kr — lån eller bidrag?" when the transaction is already categorized. Tests: 4112 unchanged. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent,ui): representation needs deltagare+syfte, drop duplicate doc icon Representation booking: - transaction-categorization prompt now requires the agent to capture participants (name + company) AND purpose before staging a representation categorization. SKV's representationsregler + ML 8 kap require the verifikation to document who attended and what the meeting was about; without that the avdrag is denied and the post should be booked as non-deductible / personalkostnad. - The agent confirms back in plain text (audit trail in the chat), writes the deltagare + syfte to gnubok_remember_fact (long-term), THEN stages. Saknas deltagare/syfte: explicitly tell the user the avdrag won't go through and offer the non-deductible alternative. - Known gap (followup, not this commit): the staged op's journal entry description doesn't yet carry the deltagare text. Until we add a `notes` field to gnubok_categorize_transaction, the audit trail lives in chat + agent_memory only. TransactionInboxCard duplicate attachment indicator: - Drop the FileCheck2 "open document" button from the trailing slot. TransactionAttachmentIndicator (Paperclip) next to the description already opens the underlag on click. Two icons doing the same thing was noise. Cleaned up the unused state (isOpeningDoc, hasAttachment, handleOpenAttachment) and dropped now-unused imports (FileCheck2, useToast). Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent, nav): notes on verifikation + redesigned sidebar Audit-trail notes for representation: - gnubok_categorize_transaction gains an optional `notes` string. Threaded through stagePendingOperation → commitCategorizeTransaction → createTransactionJournalEntry, which now appends notes to the entry's description (capped at 500 chars). The verifikation an external auditor reads now carries deltagare + syfte directly — not just chat history / agent_memory. - transaction-categorization prompt updated: representation flow now REQUIRES the agent to pass deltagare+syfte via the notes parameter. Without it the booking is non-deductible / personalkostnad per SKV. DashboardNav redesign: - Top section: flat, no header — Hem (/chat), Underlag (was Dokumentinkorg), Transaktioner, Granskning. Always visible; the inline badge on /pending shows the count when there are pending ops. - Mid section: four collapsible dropdowns (Försäljning, Inköp, Redovisning, Personal). Each auto-expands when the active route lives inside it. KPI moved from main to Redovisning. Extension nav items (TIC workspace, etc.) fold into Redovisning. - Bottom-left: new account popover (DropdownMenu, opens upward) holding CompanySwitcher, Inställningar, Hjälp, Support, Logga ut. Replaces the old top company-switcher card + the bottom Support/Logout block. - Mobile drawer mirrors the new structure: top items as flat list, same four dropdown groups, separate "Tillägg" section when extensions exist, "Mitt konto" section at the bottom. - i18n: invoice_inbox label renamed "Dokumentinkorg" → "Underlag" ("Documents" in en). New keys: mitt_konto, group_extensions. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): unhide Leverantörer under Inköp The /suppliers entry existed in navItems but was marked hidden — leftover from when the supplier list lived elsewhere in the IA. Removing the hidden flag puts Leverantörer in the Inköp dropdown alongside Leverantörsfakturor. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): CompanySwitcher back to top-left, user account moves bottom-left The previous pass collapsed both concepts into the bottom popover. They mean different things: the company is the org context everything below operates against (top-of-sidebar, scannable); the user is the account-holder (bottom-of-sidebar, where settings/logout live). - (dashboard)/layout.tsx: fetch profiles.full_name alongside the existing identity queries; pass userName + userEmail into DashboardNav. - DashboardNav: restore CompanySwitcher at the top of the sidebar (pre-redesign placement). Bottom-left popover trigger now shows the signed-in user's name + single-letter initial (accountInitial helper falls back to email's first char, then "?"). Popover header carries full name + email; items unchanged (Inställningar, Hjälp, Support, Logga ut). CompanySwitcher removed from inside the popover — nested dropdowns were awkward and the top placement is where it belongs. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): trim the agent context strip The row-level AgentContextStrip on /pending was rendering the model name (eu.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-6) and the full atoms array (horizontal/swedish-vat, vertical/konsult-it, …) inline, which made each row 60–80 chars of mostly-the-same metadata. Reviewers never scan that text; they scan amounts and decide approve/reject. Now the strip shows only the conversation deep-link (Konversation #<short id>) — the one piece that's actually useful for diving into context. Model + atoms remain available in agent_metadata for debugging surfaces; they're just not in the list view. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): shared ground rules + paragraph breaks after tool calls Two regressions surfaced in real usage. Both are systemic. Shared agent ground rules: - /chat surface (general.help) was happily inventing four-digit BAS account numbers ("Debet 6212 - Molntjänster…", "Kredit 2614 - Ingående moms…") and proposing booking decisions on invoices it had never seen, with no follow-up questions about currency/scope/etc. - transaction-categorization had those rules baked into its prompt; general-help / bokslut-step / invoice-draft / supplier-invoice-review / verifikation-draft / vat-review never inherited them. - Extracted lib/agent/intents/shared-rules.ts with five cross-cutting rules: underlag first (check inbox + ask user to upload to Dokumentinkorgen when missing), ask follow-ups when ambiguous, never write four-digit BAS account numbers in chat (category names only), cite atoms / load skills (don't guess), check counterparty history before proposing. - Injected renderAgentGroundRules() into all six intents above. transaction-categorization left alone — it has more detailed inline rules tied to its specific underlag-flow. Paragraph break after tool calls: - text_delta from the model often resumes after a tool call without a leading newline ("kategoriseras." → gnubok_query_journal runs → "Inget historik hittades…" appended directly). Markdown rendered the concatenation as one paragraph. - AgentChat text_delta handler now inserts \n\n when (a) the buffer ends with text content, (b) the incoming delta starts with text content, (c) at least one tool call has run, and (d) the buffer doesn't already end with a blank line. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): default-open dropdown groups; closing is per-user Dropdowns started collapsed which meant first-time users had to open each group to discover what's inside. Inverted the state: default open, user can collapse, active route still forces a group open. - manualExpanded → manualCollapsed (semantics flip) - toggleGroup unchanged externally; flips the bit - isGroupExpanded returns !manualCollapsed[g] || hasActiveChild Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): rate-safe v1→v2 TIC upgrade, counterparty defaults, profile settings Three pre-ship quality wins. Rate-limit-safe TIC v2 upgrade: - The /profile endpoint fans out to ~13 Lens calls; the account has a ~3000/mo ceiling. Force-refreshing every pre-v2 (v1) snapshot across the customer base would blow the budget. - ensureTicSnapshot gains an `upgradeV1` flag. A cached snapshot still inside the 7-day window is re-fetched only when (a) the caller passes upgradeV1 AND (b) the snapshot is v1-shaped (missing the v2-only `statuses` key). Gated to the two agent-onboarding call sites — a deliberate, once-per-company action and the only consumer of the v2 sections. Workspace + signup keep the natural 7-day staleness, so the v1→v2 migration is lazy and bounded to companies actually building an agent. Known-counterparty defaults (shared-rules): - Agent now proposes a sensible default for well-known counterparties instead of asking the same question monthly: Almi → lån, Tillväxtverket/ Vinnova/EU-stöd → bidrag, Skatteverket → skatt/avgift or återbäring, Bolagsverket → avgift, Försäkringskassan → ersättning, EF private withdrawal → eget uttag. Stated as an assumption the user can correct, not a hard rule — underlag/history still wins. Företagsprofil settings page: - New /settings/agent-profile (Företagsprofil / "Company profile"): view + edit the agent's company profile after onboarding — assistant name + avatar, the profile summary the agent reasons from, and a read-only chip view of loaded specialities (atoms). Backed by the existing GET/PATCH /api/agent/profile. - New GET /api/agent/atom-titles?ids= resolves atom slugs → human titles for the chips (registry is globally-readable reference data). - Added to SettingsSidebar; i18n keys agent_profile (sv "Företagsprofil" / en "Company profile"). Note: /chat already redirects unverified users to / (chat layout guard), and / renders WelcomeGate → /onboarding/agent. No redirect work needed. AgentSetupBanner.tsx is orphaned dead code (WelcomeGate superseded it). Tests: 4112. Build: green. Both new routes compile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav, agent): Hem=Översikt + separate Assistent button; memory dedup Nav restructure: - "Hem" now points to / (Översikt dashboard) again, not /chat. The agent chat gets its own top-level nav entry "Assistent" (Sparkles icon) → /chat. Mobile bottom nav mirrors this (Hem / Assistent / Transaktioner). - / restored to render DashboardContent (the Översikt) for built-agent users instead of redirecting to /chat. Users who haven't built their assistant yet still get WelcomeGate (the build-agent checklist); once verified, / shows the dashboard. Chat is reachable anytime via its nav entry. Restored main's dashboard data-fetch; added an agent_profiles verified_at probe to drive the WelcomeGate branch. - i18n: nav.assistant ("Assistent" / "Assistant"). agent_memory dedup (gnubok_remember_fact): - The agent re-remembers the same fact constantly (e.g. "Vercel = omvänd skattskyldighet" on every Vercel categorization), which would bloat agent_memory with paraphrases over months. - Before insert, compare the incoming fact against the 300 most-recent active memories by word-set Jaccard similarity (lowercased, punctuation- stripped, stopwords dropped). A near-duplicate (≥0.82) is treated as already-known: bump its relevance toward the new score + refresh updated_at instead of writing a new row. Embedding-free, zero added latency beyond one bounded SELECT. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent, nav): företagsprofil=Bolagsuppgifter, avatar nav icon, dedupe greeting Företagsprofil settings page (the right content this time): - Replaced the agent atoms/summary panel with CompanyProfileView — a read-only "Bolagsuppgifter" view of the cached TIC company snapshot (name, org-nr, form, address, F-skatt/Moms/Arbetsgivare, SNI, bank, verksamhet, employees, latest financials, status traffic-lights, fiscal year, firmateckning, företrädare). Server component reads the companies.tic_snapshot column directly — no extension import, stays inside the core-build boundary. - Route renamed /settings/agent-profile → /settings/company-profile. Removed the old AgentProfilePanel + the now-unused /api/agent/atom-titles endpoint. "Assistent" nav icon = the agent's chosen avatar: - DashboardNav reads agent identity from AgentSheetProvider and renders the onboarding-chosen avatar for the /chat ("Assistent") entry across desktop sidebar, mobile drawer, and mobile bottom nav. Falls back to the Sparkles glyph pre-onboarding (no avatar yet). Nav cleanup: - Dropped the beta badge from Underlag. - Filtered the TIC workspace (/e/general/tic, "Företagsprofil") out of the nav — the same Bolagsuppgifter now lives under Inställningar → Företagsprofil, so it shouldn't appear in two places. Doubled intake greeting fix: - /chat/intake fires an invoke with no conversation_id, then swaps the URL to /chat/[id] the instant the `conversation` event lands — which can beat the greeting being persisted. /chat/[id] then hydrated with 0 messages and, because the auto-fire guard keyed on (id && messages>0), fired a SECOND invoke on the same conversation → two greetings. Guard now keys on conversation-id presence alone: a set id means resume, never bootstrap. Closes the race. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): paragraph-break-after-tool split words mid-stream The earlier "insert \n\n when text resumes after a tool call" heuristic re-evaluated on EVERY text_delta (any delta not starting/ending with whitespace, once a tool had run). Streaming deltas arrive in sub-word chunks, so it injected breaks between fragments of the same word: "minnes\n\nno\n\nterna", "kund\n\nrep\n\nresentation". Replace the per-delta heuristic with a consume-once ref: - tool_use sets breakBeforeNextTextRef = true - the next text_delta consumes it: prepends \n\n exactly once (only when the buffer has content, doesn't already end in whitespace, and the delta doesn't start with whitespace), then clears the flag So the break fires once per tool→text resume, never mid-word. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): much shorter replies, representation headcount + VAT cap, dot separator Brevity (system-prompt Svarsformat — affects every reply): - Hard "korthet är regel nummer ett": aim for 2-4 sentences, lead with the answer/action, no warm-up ("Här är vad som gäller…"), don't derive VAT in prose, don't restate what the approval card shows, one question at a time. The agent was writing textbook-length essays. Representation rule now in shared-rules (so verifikation-draft, vat-review, etc. all get it — previously only transaction-categorization had it, which is why the verifikation flow guessed 25% VAT and skipped the cap): - Require ANTAL deltagare (headcount), not just one name — the moms deduction is per person (underlag cap 300 kr/person ex moms). - Use the receipt's ACTUAL VAT rate (usually 12% on food), never assume 25%. - Meal representation isn't income-tax deductible (post-2017); whole cost booked as non-deductible representation. Verifikation description separator: - createTransactionJournalEntry appended notes with an em-dash ("Utlägg Eatnam — Deltagare:…"), violating house style. Switched to a middle dot " · ". journal_entries has no separate notes column — the description IS the BFL verifikationstext / audit field, so deltagare + syfte correctly live there. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): tidy Bolagsuppgifter — no status colours, clean firmateckning From first-look feedback on the Företagsprofil page: - Status: dropped the coloured traffic-light badges (red/yellow/green). Per the design system semantic colour is data-only, never chrome, so status now renders as plain label + date. Also filtered to dated entries only — Bolagsverket emits flags like "Har aldrig varit verksam" with no date that read as noise next to the real status. Ceased status gets muted destructive text (the one chrome colour the system keeps). - Firmateckning: the source text carries ">" list markers and crams several rules onto one line, and repeats "Firman tecknas av styrelsen" across rows. cleanSignatory() strips the markers, normalises whitespace, splits run-on "Firman tecknas …" clauses onto separate lines, and the render dedupes — so each rule reads as its own sentence. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): inbox items expose all terminal links + processed flag The Eatnam receipt was booked against its bank transaction (so the inbox row had matched_transaction_id + created_journal_entry_id set), yet the agent reported it as loose/unmatched and a duplicate risk. Root cause: gnubok_list_inbox_items only selected and returned matched_supplier_id + created_supplier_invoice_id — the supplier-invoice path. The transaction-match and direct-journal-entry paths were invisible, so any receipt cleared via /transactions looked unprocessed. - list_inbox_items now selects + returns matched_transaction_id and created_journal_entry_id alongside the supplier fields, plus a derived `processed` boolean (true when ANY of the three terminal links is set). - New unprocessed_only=true input filters to items with no terminal link — the "what still needs handling" view that prevents the agent from flagging already-booked docs as duplicates. (Fetches a wider window then filters client-side so limit applies post-filter.) - Description updated to document the processed semantics, within the 280-char tool-description budget. The DB linkage itself already worked: /transactions attach-document sets matched_transaction_id, and commitCategorizeTransaction stamps created_journal_entry_id. This was purely a read/surface gap. Tests: 4112 (+ MCP description guard). Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): repair stage-but-never-commit tools + consolidate tool surface - post_annual_depreciation AND reverse_entry were never in the pending_operations operation_type CHECK, so both staged then died with check_violation at INSERT. Add the CHECK migration, a commitPostAnnualDepreciation executor (reusing commitAnnualPostings), risk tier, and the PendingOperationType union member. - Salary tools de-risked: calculate_salary_run calls runSalaryCalculation() directly (no self-fetch/forged cookie); create_salary_run uses a transactional create-run helper with compensating delete; generate_agi actually generates + persists the declaration. - import_sie parses + validates at stage time with a content-rich preview (company, fiscal year, voucher/account counts, balance) instead of a blind byte count. - batch-match-invoices passed user.id where companyId was expected (silently matched zero). - VAT report+widget merged behind render_ui; gnubok_search_tools ranks by relevance; gnubok_feedback readOnlyHint corrected; tools/list instruction text fixed; income decision-tree + GL/query_journal cross-refs added. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): load skill atom bodies from the DB so they survive the build Skill bodies were read from disk at runtime (.claude/skills/**/SKILL.md); on Vercel the dynamic readFile path isn't traced into the lambda and on Docker .claude/ is excluded, so atoms loaded EMPTY in production — a despecialized agent. Inline the bodies into agent_atom_registry instead: - Migration adds body + mcp_exposed columns; a build-time generator (scripts/generate-skill-bodies.ts) emits a deterministic dollar-quoted seed migration with a content-hash manifest + --check CI guard. - Read sites (mcp-server atoms.ts, chat system-prompt.ts, composer prewarm) read body from the DB, with a dev-only disk fallback. mcp_exposed curates which atoms the MCP exposes (swarm-* never become atoms). - The seed script + generator share scripts/lib/atom-discovery.ts; estimated_tokens now reflects SKILL.md only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): safe the in-app assistant — gating, FAB de-confliction, rate limit, friendly errors - Hide all agent entry points until verified_at: the Assistent nav tab (sidebar + mobile) and the agent-memory settings tab now match the floating FAB's gate. - FAB de-confliction: /kpi -> kpi.explain and /bookkeeping/year-end -> bokslut.step so the floating button opens the SAME assistant as the page button (no two-agents-on-one-page). - Generous per-user rate limit (30/min, 1000/day) on /api/agent/invoke, /onboarding/stream, /composer via a new agent_rate_counters table + check_and_increment_agent_quota RPC; fails open. Bounds runaway Bedrock spend without touching normal users. - Friendly errors: Bedrock 429/timeout/5xx normalized to Swedish (friendlyModelError) in run-turn + the invoke route; the chat client surfaces the server's friendly message instead of a raw HTTP status. - /chat/new validates ?intent= against the registry so bad deep-links fall back to general.help instead of rendering a broken-looking error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): keep /chat read-only — redirect categorization + swap the "categorize" suggestion for a VAT-report question general.help (the /chat assistant) is read-only, but it still gave per-transaction bokföringsförslag in prose and asked "godkänner du dessa?" — an analysis the user can't act on (no write tool, no per-tx underlag). Strengthen the prompt to redirect categorization/bokföring to the per-transaction flow (open the transaction -> "Fråga om denna transaktion", where the agent sees the underlag and stages a real ApprovalCard); a short overview is still allowed. Add a guard test locking in no-write-tools + the redirect language. Swap the /chat empty-state "Hjälp mig kategorisera" chip (which lured users into exactly this dead-end) for a VAT-report question the read-only assistant can actually answer. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(pending): declutter the review queue rows + header Fold the conversation deep-link onto the actor label (drop the separate "Konversation #xxxx" strip and its icon), hide the quick-pick when there's only one operation type (it duplicated "Markera alla"), and drop the "(0)" from the disabled bulk-approve button. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(vat): enhance VAT handling by integrating document validation and improving error messaging * feat(settings): add assistant knowledge surface + consolidate settings tabs Expose the agent's skill atoms (agent_atom_registry) in a read-only surface beside the existing memory view, and tighten the settings tab bar from 14 to 10 tabs. - New GET /api/agent/skills + AgentSkillsPanel: lists active, mcp_exposed atoms grouped by tier (Kärnkompetens / bransch / bolagssituation), flags which are active for the company from agent_profiles, and lazy-loads each SKILL.md body on expand. - New /settings/assistant tab with a Minne/Kompetens toggle (?view=skills); /settings/agent-memory and /settings/agent-skills redirect into it. - Merge Företagsprofil (TIC snapshot) into the Företag tab via CompanyProfileSection; /settings/company-profile redirects. - Merge Skatteverket-anslutningen into the Skatt tab — OAuth returnTo and the callback toast now target /settings/tax; /settings/skatteverket redirects. - Drop the Säkerhetsbackup tab (already under Importera/Exportera). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): keep booked underlag out of the unmatched queue + widen match window - categorize: after booking an inbox underlag onto a verifikat, backfill the inbox row's matched_transaction_id + created_journal_entry_id so it stops showing as unmatched (mirrors the /attach-document paperclip path). - TransactionMatchPicker: bias the candidate window forward (60d before → 180d after the invoice date) so late payments aren't dropped before scoring, and widen the ranking date tolerance to 120d so the true match floats to the top instead of collapsing to "Svag match". Fix "okatigoriserade" typo. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: bundle in-progress branch work + agent onboarding chat optimizations Captures the uncommitted work-in-progress on this branch so it lives on the remote. Heterogeneous changeset — bundled as one commit since the work was already entangled across files. Headline change in this commit (from this session): - Remove the double interview in agent onboarding. Phase B's verification- question form stepper is gone — the Phase C chat (onboarding.intake) now owns the entire interview and reads the composer's verification_questions server-side as its question bank. - ReviewCard collapses from 3 steps to 2 (meet → review-and-confirm) with value-first ordering: profile + "vad jag kan hjälpa dig med" + facts + optional seed note. CTA reads "Möt {namn}" to signal the chat follows. - ChatIntakeStarter handoff subcopy updated to match reality (assistant greets first; user can leave anytime). - Stamp agent_profiles.intake_completed_at server-side in app/api/agent/invoke/route.ts on the first user-typed reply in any onboarding.intake conversation (idempotent IS NULL guard, best-effort). Closes the previously dead-write column and unlocks the opportunistic- follow-up hook the migration anticipated. Plus in-progress branch work being carried forward (not introduced here): agent runtime + intent prompts, composer + atom-discovery scripts, MCP server skills surface, onboarding flow components, dashboard/inbox tweaks, two new agent_atom_registry migrations, additional agent-chat tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(agent): drop inline "Fråga assistenten" affordances — rely on the FAB The bottom-right "Fråga {namn}" FAB (AgentTrigger) is already route-aware and picks the right intent per page, so duplicating it as inline page- header buttons and empty-state links is noise. Removed: - EmptyState `agentHelp` link ("Eller fråga {namn} hur du kommer igång") + the AgentHelpLink component + agent_default_name/agent_ask_link i18n keys + the agentHelp props on EmptyInvoices/EmptyCustomers/EmptyTransactions. - AgentSparkleButton on /bookkeeping (verifikation.draft) and /kpi (kpi.explain) page headers. The FAB stays — when verified, it appears on those routes and routes to the right intent automatically. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): gate the last two ungated "Fråga assistenten" affordances Both surfaces previously called useAgentSheet directly without checking identity.isVerified, so they appeared pre-onboarding (everywhere else the FAB / sparkle buttons / /chat / Assistent nav are all gated on verified_at). - Settings page header: remove the "Fråga {namn}" pill entirely. The FAB covers /settings routes route-aware (settings.help) — no need for a duplicate inline trigger. - Invoice inbox transaction picker: hide the "Fråga assistenten" button when the agent isn't built. Done at the parent (InvoiceInboxWorkspace) by passing onAskAssistant only when identity.isVerified is true; the child renders the button only when the callback is present. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tic, onboarding, agent): single-call TIC lookup + director-aware narrative voice - TIC: collapse the company lookup from 6 endpoint calls to 1 (search-public already exposes sniCodes, bank accounts, emails, phones, and registration flags). Derive fiscal-year MM-DD from mostRecentFinancialSummary; newly-registered companies fall through to the client's first-year defaults. - Onboarding: BankID picker no longer auto-provisions companies. Every pick routes through the wizard with orgnr (and entity_type via the CompanyRoles match) prefilled; F-skatt/VAT/address get confirmed in steps 2-4 instead of being auto-fetched. createCompanyFromOnboarding reuses CompanyLookupResult and adds a defensive top-level catch so server-action errors surface to the UI instead of being redacted. - Agent composer: loadUserDirectorship() checks BankID CompanyRoles for a director-like position (ceo/boardMember/chairman/externalSignatory, active) before the narrative uses second-person ownership voice ("Du driver…"); unknown users get neutral third-person voice so we never put ownership words in the user's mouth. Tests cover loadUserDirectorship, narrative voice, tic-fetch path, onboarding page, and updated TIC client + lookup/profile suites. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): extend agent-onboarding TIC budget to 10s + backfill stranded org_numbers The 5s TIC fetch timeout aborted client-side before the upstream Lens fan-out (~13 calls) could complete, but the in-flight upstream calls still counted against quota — actions.ts already documents ~530 wasted calls from this in May. Same bug still applied to the agent-onboarding stream path. Adds an optional `timeoutMs` to `ensureTicSnapshot` so deliberate wait-screen callers (agent onboarding stream) can run with 10s while background/dev callers stay on the conservative 5s default. Page-level server fetch (page.tsx) intentionally stays at 5s to avoid blocking TTFB without a visible progress affordance. Backfill migration mirrors `company_settings.org_number` to `companies.org_number` for the 105 cases where it's safe (after dedup + conflict filtering). 56 of those are on active companies — unblocks duplicate guards, SIE/SRU exports, and TIC fallback chain. Zero TIC API calls — pure data move. Idempotent. Also sweeps a pre-existing SSRF guard on the stream route's origin derivation that was sitting unstaged in the working tree — it lives in the same diff hunks as the TIC budget change and couldn't be split cleanly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: bundle in-progress branch work Sweep up uncommitted agent/MCP/RLS work-in-progress so the branch is fully backed up to origin. Not reviewed in detail — committed as-is to preserve working state alongside the TIC fixes in the previous commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): tag the "Bygg din bokföringsassistent" CTA as Beta Adds a Beta badge next to the assistant-setup heading on the dashboard banner, dashboard inline card, and onboarding checklist row. Also drops the stale "Gratis i 30 dagar" subline from the dashboard card. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(build, migrations): PendingOperationType salary ops + resolve migration version collisions PR #584 went red on three things: 1. core-only build / Vercel: `lib/pending-operations/commit.ts:2666` switched on 'create_salary_run' and 'generate_agi' but `PendingOperationType` was missing both literals. Add them to the union. 2. Supabase preview: migration version 20260526120000 collided with main's newly-merged 20260526120000_fix_replace_sie_import_hard_delete.sql. Bump the branch's pair to 20260526120050 / 20260526120051 — still ahead of 20260526120100_restvardeavskrivning so ordering is preserved. 3. 20260527170000 was used twice on this branch (_agent_rls_with_check + _journal_entry_no_doc_required). Bump the second to 20260527170100 so the pair stays orderable and Supabase doesn't choke on the duplicate schema_migrations PK. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ci): reword comment so core-only guard stops flagging it The "Check no core imports from extensions" step greps for the literal \`from '@/extensions/\` across lib/, app/api/, components/. A comment in lib/agent/composer/tic-fetch.ts quoted the exact pattern verbatim to explain *why* the file does a self-fetch instead of importing the TIC extension directly — which the grep matched even though no actual import exists. Rewrite the line to keep the same meaning without the literal pattern.
