Mattsson f43a6653f1 feat(salary): update_salary_run MCP tool and editable draft payment date (#2041)
* feat(salary): update_salary_run MCP tool and editable draft payment date

payment_date drives the booking entry date but was only editable via the
v1 PATCH. Close the gap on both remaining surfaces:

- New staged MCP write tool gnubok_update_salary_run (search-only
catalog; tools/list budget is at zero headroom) accepting the exact
  v1 PATCH field set: payment_date, voucher_series, notes. Draft-only
with the same optimistic lock semantics, via a new shared service
lib/salary/update-run.ts used by both the staging preflight and the
  commit executor.
- Run header UI: payment date on a draft run is now an inline date
input (prefilled, committed on blur/Enter, snaps back on failure),
saved through the existing internal PATCH. Read-only once not draft.

* fix(salary): op-type migration, calc invalidation on date change, scanner compliance

Consolidated CI + review fix pass for #2041:

- pg-real: add 'update_salary_run' to pending_operations_operation_type_check
(wholesale re-create, NOT VALID + VALIDATE pair, mirroring 20260828160000/1).
- Swedish accounting review: a payment_date change on a draft run now clears
every roster row's calculation_breakdown (shared service and internal PATCH
alike), so both book preflights refuse the run until a recalculation has run
against the new date; skatteavdrag and the AGI redovisningsperiod follow the
payment month. Staging preview exposes invalidates_calculation and the next
  hint states the clearing.
- no-phantom-columns: literal select strings in update-run.ts; ceiling +1 with
a documented reason for the inherent patch-shaped UPDATE payload.

* fix(salary): close skeptic findings on payment_date editing

Skeptic round 1 refuted two paths; both closed:

- Retry idempotency (correctness): the calculation_breakdown clear was
gated on new-date-differs-from-stored, so a retry after a partial
failure (header committed, clear failed) compared against the already
updated date and skipped the clear forever, leaving a stale
calculation bookable. The clear is now gated on payment_date being
SUPPLIED, on all three surfaces (shared service, internal PATCH, v1
PATCH: the v1 route previously had no clear at all and bypassed the
  invariant).
- Kontantprincipen (compliance): AGI derives its redovisningsperiod
from period_year/period_month while the verifikat books on
  payment_date, so a cross-month payment_date change could book salary
in one month and declare it in another. All three edit surfaces now
refuse a payment_date outside the run's period month with the new
structured error SALARY_RUN_PAYMENT_DATE_OUTSIDE_PERIOD; the UI date
input is min/max-bounded to the period month.
- The internal PATCH update is now optimistic-locked on status='draft'
(races return 400 instead of silently writing), matching the v1 PATCH
and the shared service, and the clear cannot fire for a run that left
  draft.

* fix(salary): carry book_skattekonto op types through the constraint re-create

The sibling migration 20260830130000 (merged from main) re-created
pending_operations_operation_type_check with book_skattekonto_row and
book_skattekonto_rows. This branch's 20260830150000 sorts after it and
re-creates the constraint wholesale, so its list must be that migration's
superset or the two values would be silently revoked at apply time.

* fix(salary): value-validate internal PATCH and grandfather out-of-period dates

Two skeptic follow-ups:

- The internal PATCH now validates values, not just keys: JSON body must
be an object, payment_date must be ISO (shared ISO_DATE_RE),
  voucher_series a single A-Z letter, notes a string of max 2000 chars
or null: the same rules as the v1 UpdateSalaryRunSchema, so nothing
unvalidated can reach the DB through the whitelist.
- Creation does not (yet) couple payment_date to the period month, so a
legally created out-of-period date must stay correctable. All three
edit surfaces now allow day adjustments within the run's CURRENT
payment month as well as the period month (grandfather clause); no
move can introduce a new wrong month.

* fix(salary): resolve migration version collision with delete_draft_invoice

Main's delete_draft_invoice PR landed on the same 20260830150000/150001
versions and also re-creates pending_operations_operation_type_check.
Rename this branch's pair to 20260830160000/160001 (applies last) and
carry delete_draft_invoice through the wholesale re-create so nothing is
silently revoked. Final list = sibling's list + update_salary_run.

* docs(salary): regenerate accounted-api skill for the new PATCH pitfalls

apiskill:check byte-compares the generated skill against the registry;
the two pitfalls added to the v1 salary-runs PATCH endpoint made
references/salary-runs.md stale and failed Core Build.

Mattsson e8aa0670ca feat(salary): agent path to set this month's per-run salary (#2015)
* feat(salary): agent path to set this month's per-run salary

Agents could not do variable owner pay: the only per-run edit tool,
gnubok_update_payslip_line, edits the display-only Grundlon line that
every recalculation rebuilds from salary_run_employees.monthly_salary,
so the fixed employee salary silently won (user-reported).

- lib/salary/run-employees.ts: setRunEmployeeSalary() shared service
(draft gate, roundOre, 0 = nollkorning, display-line refresh); the
cookie route PATCH now delegates to it (behavior unchanged)
- MCP: gnubok_set_run_salary staged tool (search catalog: tools/list
budget at zero headroom), op type set_run_salary (medium risk),
  commitSetRunSalary executor, payroll:write scope, payroll_month
  loadout + payroll-monthly skill step; update_payslip_line description
now warns that recalc rebuilds base salary lines
- v1 REST: PATCH /salary-runs/{id}/employees/{employeeId} accepting
monthly_salary (draft only, dry-run, idempotency key)
- Migration pair (NOT VALID + VALIDATE) adds set_run_salary to the
pending_operations op-type CHECK; base list verified against prod live
- Tests: service, staged tool, executor, cookie route, v1 route; spec
  snapshot updated

* fix(salary): harden set_run_salary per skeptic + CI findings

- Clear calculation_breakdown when the per-run salary changes so the
existing book preflights force a recalculation: a run can no longer
be booked with gross/tax derived from the old salary (skeptic R1)
- Enforce SALARY_OVERRIDE_MAX (10 MSEK) in the shared service and the
v1 body schema: closes the unbounded/1e307-overflow path that wrote
  Infinity -> NULL -> 500 (skeptic R2)
- Promote gnubok_set_run_salary to the default catalog: a search-only
WRITE is uncallable on Claude.ai (update_customer lesson) while three
surfaces pointed agents at it; payload ceiling bumped 63.8K -> 64.4K
with a ledger entry, read-demotion left as its own change (skeptic R3)
- Granskning label type_set_run_salary in vocabulary.ts + sv/en (R4)
- Display-line refresh is fire-and-forget again (write already
committed; matches pre-refactor route behavior) and DB error details
carry the SQLSTATE code for Swedish error mapping
- v1 risk metadata aligned to 'medium'; NOT_DRAFT message now covers
salary edits, not just roster changes
- npm run apiskill:generate committed (CI apiskill:check failure)

* chore(migrations): rename set_run_salary pair past main's newest versions

origin/main gained 20260828120000 and 20260828154800 after this branch
staged 20260828110000/1; out-of-order versions are skipped at merge, so
the pair moves to 20260828160000/1 (byte-identical SQL, reference in the
VALIDATE header updated).

* chore: retrigger Supabase preview after migration-version repair

The preview branch tracked 20260828110000/1 before the rename to
20260828160000/1; the orphan rows are deleted from the preview branch's
schema_migrations (preview only, prod never saw those versions) and this
empty commit re-runs the tasks.

Jakob Wennberg ca93ef3fb6 fix(salary): surface employee-save failures and a typed 503 for the missing encryption key (#1996) (#2009)
* fix(salary): surface employee-save failures in the dialog and type the missing encryption key (#1996)

Pressing Spara in "Ny anställd" could fail without any feedback: a thrown
fetch or a non-JSON 5xx body escaped handleSubmit before setSaving(false)
ran, leaving the button stuck on "Sparar..." and the dialog silent. Even
when the toast did fire, the Radix modal aria-hides the root-layout
Toaster, so assistive tech (and the E2E driver that found this) heard
nothing, and the requestId support needs was never shown anywhere.

- NewEmployeeDialog: fetch + parse run in a never-throwing helper, saving
is released in finally, the body is parsed with json().catch(() => null)
so an HTML/plain-text error page still maps through the HTTP-status map,
and the failure is rendered inline (role="alert" in the footer) with
"Ärende-id: <requestId>" next to the single destructive toast.
- personnummer.ts: the production "key missing" throw now carries the
registry code PERSONNUMMER_ENCRYPTION_NOT_CONFIGURED, and the SALARY
  registry gains a 503 entry naming PERSONNUMMER_ENCRYPTION_KEY with a
"contact support" message and a remediation hint. withRouteContext
emits the typed envelope automatically instead of INTERNAL_ERROR 500,
which read as transient and invited retries that can never succeed.
- Tests for the route (401, 400, 503 with requestId and no insert), the
key guard, the registry entry, errorResponse dispatch on a coded Error,
and getErrorMessage locale handling of the new envelope.

* fix(salary): address review findings (#1996)

- NewEmployeeDialog: fall back to the X-Request-Id response header when the
body carries no error.requestId. The route hand-builds its 409 (duplicate
personnummer) and generic insert-failure 500 bodies as flat strings, so the
inline "Ärende-id" line was hidden for exactly the DB-failure class the
issue names; withRouteContext sets the header on every response.
- Route tests pin that the 409 and 500 insert-error arms carry X-Request-Id.

Jakob Wennberg 4f939ebb21 fix(payroll): expose jämkning percentage and validity on the employee tax form (#1988)
* fix(payroll): expose jämkning percentage and validity on the employee tax form (#1913)

An employee with a Skatteverket jämkning decision could not have the
adjusted withholding percentage set anywhere in the app: model, API and
engine supported jamkning_percentage / jamkning_valid_from /
jamkning_valid_to end to end, but EmployeeTaxCard never exposed them.

- EmployeeTaxCard: percentage input plus required from/to dates in the
A-skatt branch; null (= clear the beslut) when emptied or when no
table applies, mirroring tax_table_number. Both dates are required
because isJamkningValid only applies a beslut when both are set.
- Edit page: PATCH body sends the three fields as explicit values
(guarded on the card having reported), card initial seeded from the
employee, read-only Jämkning row in the tax section.
- NewEmployeeDialog: initial tax state and POST body carry the fields.
- Legacy PATCH /api/salary/employees/[id]: merged-state jämkning check
(start date required, dates ordered), same rule and messages as v1
and employee-commands, gated on the PATCH touching a jamkning key.
- lib/api/schemas.ts: truthful comment on the engine's both-dates gate.
- i18n: salary_employee.tax_jamkning_* in sv and en.
- Tests on the legacy PATCH route (400 x4, 200 x3) and the POST route.

The engine is deliberately untouched; the API/MCP contract (valid_to
optional) stays as is, follow-up filed in the PR body.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01FkUfWtuFCUkNtRAgMQCse2

* fix(payroll): jämkning keys reach the employee PATCH only when visible and edited (#1913)

Review findings on #1988: the card reported null for the three jämkning
fields whenever its inputs were hidden (sidoinkomst, F-skatt, FA-skatt,
ej verifierad) and the edit page forwarded those nulls, so toggling
sidoinkomst or fixing a phone number on an FA-skatt employee silently
wiped a stored beslut (which the engine still applies for FA-skatt).
The two date inputs were also natively required whenever a percentage
was present, so a beslut stored via the API/MCP without valid_to
(allowed by the schema) blocked the whole form on unrelated edits.

- lib/salary/jamkning-patch.ts (new): isJamkningEditable() and
jamkningPatch(); the keys are spread into the PATCH body with explicit
values (null = clear) only when the inputs were visible and edited,
otherwise omitted like every other sparse field.
- EmployeeTaxCard: jamkning_touched flag on EmployeeTaxValue, set by the
three handlers; required on both dates gated on it; non-blocking hint
(tax_jamkning_incomplete_hint, sv + en) on a seeded beslut missing a
  date.
- Edit page spreads jamkningPatch(tax); NewEmployeeDialog initial state
  carries the flag.
- Tests: lib/salary/__tests__/jamkning-patch.test.ts (keys omitted for
  sidoinkomst / f_skatt / fa_skatt / not_verified / untouched seeded row,
explicit nulls when cleared, spread shape).
- DECISIONS.md: one line.

* test(payroll): type the insert mock's payload so the typecheck ratchet accepts the jamkning tests

vi.fn(() => ...) infers an empty parameter tuple, so insert.mock.calls[0][0]
failed TS2493 under the new check:types gate (#1980) on CI. Declaring the
payload parameter keeps the assertions and makes the tuple indexable.

Mattsson fdb5f6f891 feat(white-label): byra white-label infrastructure: brands, cockpit, home domains, branded email (#1956)
* feat(white-label): brand and team-kind foundation

- brands table: one white-label identity per byra team (unique mutable
domain, row presence = live, email sender identity, hex color CHECKs)
- teams.kind ('personal'|'byra'): ops-only kind changes, deterministic
ensure_user_team (personal team only), AFTER UPDATE role re-sync so a
demoted consultant loses admin in client books immediately
- resolveBrandByHost/resolveBrandForCompany with 60s TTL cache, derived
chrome tone and WCAG contrast gate; no brand row = default appearance

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): per-request brand theming, wordmark slot and source footer

- root layout resolves the brand from the Host header and injects a
server-rendered style block (light + dark), font pair classes and a
BrandProvider/useBranding context; default hosts render byte-identically
- BrandWordmark logo slot, host-aware manifest and favicon,
  images.remotePatterns for Supabase Storage logos
- curated font menu mechanism (font_key -> variable pair, preload:false
  for non-default entries)
- AGPL source-code footer link on login and public pages, both brands

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): byra team invites, member management and team billing

- team invites unfrozen behind a kind gate (byra teams only, owner/admin
invite); members route handles multi-team membership; members/[id]
unfrozen with last-owner protection; invite management UI in settings
- billing/status learns team-scoped grants and the settings page shows a
read-only "part of the byra agreement" state instead of the upgrade pitch
- 30-day trial suppressed for companies created under a byra team

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): brand-aware outbound mail, auth email hook and public invoice branding

- every outbound mail is sent in the brand of the company it concerns:
  getSenderForCompany/getBaseUrlForCompany chain (verified brand domain,
"via Accounted" fallback, canonical default) wired into invites,
  payslips, invoice deliveries and reminders
- Supabase Send Email hook endpoint (signature-verified with node:crypto,
dormant until configured) renders auth mail per brand via redirect origin
- public invoice pages carry the company's brand mark
- snapshot suite per template class guards against wrong-brand mail

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): byra cockpit, home-domain rule and tab guard

- Klienter route: five urgency-sorted columns (company, unbooked, inbox,
next deadline via the status engine, last booked) for byra team members,
who land there after login on their home domain
- soft switch straight into a client and back; blocking two-exit tab
guard against writes to the wrong active company
- client company creation admin-gated at the DB level (a created company
is +1 on the byra invoice), bound to the byra team, no trial
- home-domain rule in the UI: switcher partitions companies by host,
signpost page for companies homed elsewhere

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): brand-aware app name across UI strings

- 24 message keys per locale converted to the {appName} ICU parameter,
27 call sites pass the active brand name (useBranding client-side,
  getRequestAppName server-side)
- 6 hardcoded JSX literals swept; statutory filing and API identity
surfaces deliberately keep the Accounted name
- 34 new i18n keys for the cockpit, team invites, billing state, tab
guard, signpost and source footer (sv/en parity verified)

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(white-label): domain glossary and decision log entries

- CONTEXT.md: the white-label ubiquitous language (brand, byra team,
home domain, signpost, umbrella subdomain, brand color, cockpit)
- DECISIONS.md entries from the build waves

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): lean byra cockpit sidebar with company-mode back link

Byra team members now get a two-mode sidebar: on cockpit routes (/clients
and the new /byra pages) only Hem, Klienter, Automationer and Nyckeltal
show; entering a client company brings back the full company sidebar with
a pinned back-to-clients link (expanded, rail and mobile). New pages: /byra
home with client count, needs-action count and per-client urgent deadlines
reusing the fetchClientOverview aggregation, plus designed empty states for
/byra/automations and /byra/kpi. Signpost gate allows the byra routes;
non-byra users are unaffected.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): cockpit shows no active company and keeps lean sidebar under settings

In cockpit mode the bottom user widget no longer shows the active company
subline or the company-switcher flyout: the cockpit sits above the
companies and clients are entered through the Klienter list. The settings
modal previously flipped the sidebar to the full company nav behind it
because the pathname becomes /settings/*; the sidebar now keeps the mode
of the surface underneath.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): keep company picker in cockpit with nothing selected

The cockpit user menu gets the company-switcher flyout back, but neutral:
the row reads "Valj bolag", no company carries the check mark or active
styling, and picking any company (including the technically-active one)
enters it with a full navigation. Company mode is unchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore(db): renumber white-label migrations past main and add byra settings scope

Renumber 20260801100000-120000 to 20260804110000-113000: main already
carries applied versions up to 20260803231000, and Supabase branching
refuses local migrations stamped before the remote head (the repo rule
from 5932632f5: keep new versions strictly newest). Comment references
updated in the pg tests, route docs and onboarding precheck.

Also ships the byra settings scope: settings opened from the cockpit
(?ctx=byra, honored only for byra team members) show account-level
sections only (Konto, Medlemmar och roller), hide company-scoped
sections and the company kicker, and the team section is registered in
SETTINGS_SECTIONS so Medlemmar och roller renders inside the settings
window. The cockpit user menu drops Abonnemang and carries the scope on
its links; section switches preserve it.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(byra): cross-client nyckeltal view in the cockpit

Period presets and company chips in the URL, summary tiles, merged
monthly income/expense chart and a sortable per-client KPI table.
Numbers come from the existing get_kpi_report_aggregates RPC per
client (no new migrations); calendar months are the cross-client
axis since clients can have different fiscal years.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): byra self-service brand logo and app name

New Varumarke settings section (byra scope, owner/admin): logo
upload/remove and an editable app name; domain stays read-only.
brands has no write RLS by design, so writes go through
/api/byra/brand routes with the service client behind an explicit
owner/admin team check. Files land in logos/byra/{teamId}/. The
expanded sidebar shows the brand app name beside the logo.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): route root layout through the shared brand resolver

app/layout.tsx carried a private copy of resolveRequestBrand, so it
and lib/branding/request-brand.ts could drift. The layout now uses
the shared function, which also gains a BRAND_DEV_DOMAIN override:
on literal localhost hosts only, resolve that brand so branding is
testable in local dev. Real domains are unaffected even if the
variable leaks into a deployment.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(byra): automations roadmap teaser and cockpit i18n strings

The Automationer tab now previews the planned automation set
(Monday briefing, deadline watch, rule-driven bookkeeping,
connection watch, monthly checklist, report delivery) instead of a
bare empty state. Bundles the sv/en strings for the whole cockpit
wave (nyckeltal, varumarke, automations) and the decision-log
entries.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): byra owners/admins land in the cockpit, not an auto-picked company

After login "/" resolved the first-membership fallback and opened a client
company nobody chose, and the top-left brand mark always linked back to it.
Byra owners/admins now home to /byra: the logo links there always, and "/"
redirects there unless a company was explicitly picked this browser session.

The middleware writes the fallback company back to user_preferences, so the
DB cannot tell picked from auto-picked; setActiveCompany stamps a session
cookie (gnubok-company-picked) on every explicit switch instead. The byra
check on "/" reuses the layout's team_members query via a request-cached
helper, so it costs no extra round trip. Byra members and regular users are
unchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(white-label): drop brand color theming, keep monochrome everywhere

White-label is logo + app name + domain only (founder call): the
layout no longer injects brand color CSS variables, stamps
data-brand or colors the browser chrome. buildBrandVarsCss, its
WCAG gate and the brand_color/chrome_color columns stay dormant
for a future opt-in.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(db): arm SIE RPC statement_timeout via pgrst.db_pre_request hook

ALTER FUNCTION ... SET statement_timeout (20260629160100, 20260721144311)
never re-arms the running statement's timer, so large SIE imports still
died at the role default 8s. The pre-request hook runs as its own
statement before the main query, so set_config there is what the main
statement's timer is armed with. Scoped by request path to the three SIE
RPCs; every other request keeps 8s.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(byra): drop the 'what's coming' tail from the automations intro

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): byra owners/admins with zero companies land in the empty cockpit

Both no-company gates (Edge middleware and the dashboard layout) sent
every company-less user to the onboarding wizard, which forced a fresh
byra owner to create a personal company before ever seeing the cockpit.
Byra owners/admins now pass through to cockpit routes (/byra, /clients,
/companies/new, /settings, /api) and are steered to /byra elsewhere.
Plain byra members and regular users keep the onboarding redirect.
The membership lookup runs only in the rare no-company state, so the
middleware hot path is untouched.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): auth wordmark shows the brand logo alone

Byra logos usually carry their own name, so logo + app name text on the
login/register hero read as a duplicate. Branded hosts with an uploaded
logo now render the logo only, with the app name as the image's alt
text. Hosts without a logo keep the text wordmark unchanged.

* feat(white-label): per-brand favicon via brands.favicon_url

Branded hosts used logo_url as the tab icon, which squashes wide byra
lockups at 16px. New optional brands.favicon_url holds a square mark;
the root layout prefers it and falls back to logo_url as before.
Migration applied to staging (idempotent DDL).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(auth): wire the villkor and integritetspolicy footer links

Both auth pages shipped with href="#" placeholders. Villkor now points
at the platform terms on the marketing site (accounted.se/terms; the
terms are the platform's even on branded byra hosts) and
integritetspolicy at the in-app /privacy page, host-relative so it
resolves on every branded domain. Both open in a new tab so the auth
form state survives.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(settings): styled popup for the team role dropdowns

The byra team panel's role pickers (member rows + invite form) were
native selects, so the opened list rendered as the unstylable OS menu.
Swapped to the Radix Select with the popup styled like every other
overlay; the trigger keeps the flat quiet SettingsSelect look.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(email): branded sender shows the brand name alone, no via-platform

Byra invite mail read "Willem via Accounted" in the From display name.
The tier-2 fallback (brand on the platform address) now renders just the
brand name; the platform stays visible in the actual From address until
the brand verifies its own sender domain (tier 1, unchanged).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): byra landing applies to every team member, not only owners/admins

An invited byra consultant (role member) still landed in an auto-picked
client company after signup. The cockpit landing rules ("/" redirect,
brand-mark home link, and both no-company gates) now key on byra team
MEMBERSHIP instead of the owner/admin role: anyone with cockpit access
homes to /byra. Regular users unchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(email): branded team invite names the byra, not "ett team pa <platform>"

Subject, headline, body and text variant now read "Du har blivit
inbjuden till <Byra>" (brand casing kept) when the team has a brand.
Brandless teams keep the platform phrasing byte-identical.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): sidebar keeps cockpit mode after refresh on settings

The sidebar's cockpit/company decision on /settings/* rested on React
state remembering the surface underneath, which a hard reload wipes: a
byra user refreshing settings opened from the cockpit got the full
company nav and read it as landing in a client company. The ?ctx=byra
marker already in the URL survives reloads, so the sidebar now honors
it as the cockpit signal alongside the in-session memory.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): hide the active-company chip in byra-scoped settings

The full-page settings header (the hard-refresh fallback surface) showed
the ActiveCompanyBadge even under ?ctx=byra, so a byra user read the
auto-active client as "the company I am in". The chip now follows the
same byra-scope rule as the modal's kicker.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): tab guard no longer fires in the tab that initiated the switch

BroadcastChannel delivers the company-switch broadcast to every listener in
the same tab too, so the cockpit tab raised its own WL-09 "switched in
another tab" dialog over the hard navigation into the clicked client.
performCompanySwitch now marks the switch as self-initiated; CompanyTabSync
suppresses only the dialog for that observation (stray writes still get
their 409) and clears the marker on bfcache restore so back-navigation
regains the full guard.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(settings): styled popups for every settings dropdown

SettingsSelect rendered a native <select>, whose OS listbox cannot be
styled and clashes with the panel (same problem the team-panel role
dropdowns had). It now renders through Radix Select with the flat
dashed-underline trigger, keeping the native prop surface so all 13 call
sites work unchanged: value/defaultValue, onChange(e.target.value),
<option> children, and a hidden input that carries `name` into
SettingsFormWrapper's FormData read and raises the bubbling input event
its dirty tracking listens for. Empty-string option values map onto a
sentinel at the Radix boundary. The backup form's boxed fiscal-year
select moves to the shadcn Select with a placeholder.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): home-domain affinity redirect in middleware

Every signed-in user now homes on a domain: byra team members on their
brand's domain, everyone else on the platform app URL, except a byra's
client users, whose home is the byra domain their companies live under.
On any other product host the request redirects to the home domain's
root, where the user meets the RIGHT branded login (sessions are
per-domain by design). localhost, direct *.vercel.app hosts and IP
hosts are exempt; a 15-minute host-scoped cookie caches the "this is
home" verdict so the hot path costs zero extra queries; lookup failures
fail open. Complements the WL-01 signpost, which keeps handling
per-company homing inside a domain.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): render hero brand logo at 64px on auth pages

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): shareable invite link and re-send for byra team invites

A failed invite mail previously surfaced only as a toast description while
the invitation quietly waited for a mail that never arrived (the Arbore
case). The inviter now always has a recovery path:

- persistent share-link line after invite create/re-send: ochre attn line
with a copy action when the mail did not go out, quiet muted line with
the same action when it did
- POST /api/team/invite/[id] re-sends a pending invitation with a fresh
token and expiry (same byra-only owner/admin gates as DELETE)
- brand mail sending extracted to lib/email/send-team-invite.ts, shared
by create and re-send so the two paths cannot drift

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): sidebar shows uploaded brand logo alone, no app-name label

Byra logos usually carry their own name, so logo + text in the expanded
sidebar read as a duplicate (same founder call as BrandWordmark,
2026-08-05). The app-name label now renders only for branded hosts
without an uploaded logo.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): close the four skeptic refutations before merge

- trial seed: migration 130300 now carries the seven-key PAID body from
  20260818170000 plus the byra guard, instead of silently reverting it;
pg test pins the full key set against PAID_CAPABILITIES
- byra gate: new migration 130600 adds the owner/admin gate to
create_company_for_user (v1 API + MCP path), and both surfaces resolve
the default team personal-only, so a consultant's private company can
never attach to the byra team
- home-domain: byra staff who also have canonical-homed companies are no
longer redirected off the platform host; the signpost handles per-company
  homing (5 new middleware tests)
- settings selects: the Radix popup renders optgroup group headers again
  (ROT/RUT work-type picker)

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(schema): re-baseline unresolvable-expression ceiling after #1954 catch-up merge

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): pg-real rollback-safe assertions and deep-link-preserving affinity redirect

The byra company-creation pg test asserted persisted rows through the pool
after withUserContext, which always rolls back its transaction; the
assertions now run inside the transaction after RESET ROLE. The home-domain
affinity redirect carries the original path and query across the domain hop
(PR Agent finding), so invite links and deep links survive the correction.

Jakob Wennberg 0743717033 fix(salary): keep the payslip's Ackumulerat total from going stale (#1911)
* fix(salary): keep the payslip's Ackumulerat total from going stale

`salary_run_employees.ytd_*` (the "Ackumulerat {år}" block on the
lönespecifikation) was written once at calculation time and never
recomputed, from a query that only counted prior runs already in
`booked`. Preparing next month's run before the current one is booked
(entirely normal) therefore froze a YTD that is permanently missing the
month in between, and the employee's payslip understates the year.

Seen in production: an August run calculated on 2026-07-23, three days
before the July run was booked, shipped a payslip whose Ackumulerat brutto
was 60 000 kr instead of 95 000 kr.

Two fixes, both in the new lib/salary/ytd.ts:

- `computePriorYtd` counts `approved`, `paid` and `booked` prior runs, not
only `booked`. `corrected` stays excluded: its correction run replaces
the whole month, so counting both would double it.
- `refreshRunYtd` recomputes and rewrites the snapshot, and is now called
at approval (the first status lönebesked can be sent from) and at
booking, on both the dashboard and v1 surfaces. Rows already correct are
left untouched; a failure is logged and never blocks an approval or a
  booking.

The snapshot stays a snapshot rather than becoming a render-time sum: an
employee re-opening a lönebesked must see the figures it had when it was
issued. YTD is display and reporting only, so nothing here can move a
verifikation: the per-month tax lookup and the avgifter caps never read it.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(salary): fail loudly on a YTD read error and paginate the reads

Review follow-up on both counts:

- The opening-balance and prior-run reads discarded their `error`. A failed
read looked exactly like a month with no prior pay, so `refreshRunYtd`
would rewrite the snapshot to the current month alone and still report
success. Both now throw; `refreshRunYtd` turns that into `ok: false` for
its callers to log, and `runSalaryCalculation` returns DATABASE_ERROR the
way it already does for every other query error in that function.
- The prior-run and roster reads now page through `fetchAllRows()` ordered
on the primary key. A full roster times eleven prior months passes
PostgREST's 1000-row cap well before an employer is large by Swedish
standards, and a silent truncation there understates somebody's
  Ackumulerat.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(salary): one paginated loader for cutover opening balances

Review follow-up. `run-calculation` and `ytd` each read
employee_opening_balances with their own unpaginated, error-discarding
query. Both now go through `loadOpeningBalances()`: paged via
fetchAllRows() ordered on the primary key, and throwing on a read error.

The error path matters more than the paging one here. That row carries
`karens_periods_adjustment` as well as the YTD carry-in, and a discarded
error looked exactly like "nobody has a cutover balance" - which would
drop a karensavdrag from sjuklön silently, not just understate a display
figure. runSalaryCalculation now maps it to DATABASE_ERROR.

Mattsson 1bb423b2b3 fix(salary): surface missing sender bankgiro/IBAN before betalfil download (#1640)
* fix(salary): surface missing sender bankgiro/IBAN before betalfil download

Users see a bankgiro under BANKUPPGIFTER in settings (Bolagsverket
snapshot, display only) while the payment-file routes read
company_settings.bankgiro, so the LB download failed with an error
that pointed at a page that looked correct. 153 companies have a
registry bankgiro but an empty settings field.

- PaymentFilePanel warns up front when the sender bankgiro (bg_lb)
or IBAN (pain001) is missing, linking to Installningar -> Fakturering
- betalkonton form offers a one-click prefill of the bankgiro from
  companies.tic_snapshot (Luhn-validated, user still saves)
- bg-lb and skattekonto payment-file error copy now names the exact
place to fix instead of 'foretagsinstallningar'

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(salary): harden bankgiro prefill and warning per skeptic review

- bankgiroFromTicSnapshot now requires the snapshot's orgNumber to match
companies.org_number before suggesting anything: stale fuzzy-matched
snapshots can hold another entity's profile, and this field becomes the
payee account on invoices and Peppol e-invoices
- salary run page refetches settings when the URL returns from the
intercepting settings modal, so a bankgiro/IBAN saved there clears the
missing-sender warning instead of leaving it stale

Mattsson 4e14182a00 fix(salary): declare, book and pay AGI in whole kronor (SKV per-sats computation) (#1611)
* fix(salary): declare, book and pay AGI in whole kronor (SKV per-sats computation)

A user's first lönekörning surfaced öre amounts in the AGI payable while
Skatteverket deals in whole kronor. Three connected defects:

- the AGI XML rounded amounts (Math.round); öretal bortfaller (SFF
  2011:1261 22 kap. 1 §) requires truncation, and FK487 must be
Skatteverket's own per-sats computation on the whole-krona underlag sums
(IK587, kontroll B_006), not a truncation of the öre-exact engine sum
- the salary booking credited 2731 with exact öre, leaving a residual
after the whole-krona skattekonto draw; 2731 now carries the declared
amount with the remainder on 3740 (Öres- och kronutjämning)
- the LB payment file and TaxPaymentPanel paid/showed öre; they now use
the declared whole-krona totals stored on agi_declarations (which also
lets skattekonto auto-settlement match the draw); legacy öre rows keep
paying öre-exact so pre-deploy bookings still clear 2731

New lib/salary/declared-avgifter.ts implements the SKV computation (per-IU
whole-krona underlag, per-sats sums, youth/växa cap splits, exact integer
math) shared by the AGI generator, the booking split and the preview.
Review overrides route all legs through the same per-category truncation;
basis overrides are inert on money totals (they never reach the filed
IUs); the v1 book route gains override parity with book-run; F-skatt rows
ignore avgifter overrides on every surface. Booked runs show their posted
verifikat instead of a recomputed projection. tax_withheld_override
requires whole kronor. Adversarially verified over three /skeptic rounds.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore: merge origin/main and re-ratchet the öre-round baseline

The merge brought #1609 (net-pay öresavrundning) whose two new
Math.round(x*100)/100 occurrences are counted against the baseline this
branch had tightened from 637 to 629; 631 keeps the net -6 improvement
without policing already-merged code.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(salary): address PR review (hybrid override computation, legacy youth cap, robustness)

CodeRabbit round on #1611, all findings in one pass:

- computeDeclaredAvgifterWithOverrides: one shared hybrid for the AGI
generator AND the booking split. Overridden rows contribute their manual
amounts per category; colleagues keep the SKV-exact per-sats underlag
computation (a FoU override on one employee no longer costs the rest of
the roster kronor of declared accuracy)
- youth cap keys on the RESOLVED category so legacy null-category rows
classified as youth by the rate heuristic still get the 25k split
- F-skatt rows zero their avgifter_basis on both booking surfaces and in
the preview, matching the AGI's isFSkattRow invariant
- preview route: posted-voucher lookup errors return 500 instead of
masquerading as a booked run with no vouchers; 400/500 tests added
- run page clears stale AGI totals when the tax-payment fetch fails
- SalaryOverridePanel truncates the tax override to whole kronor so the
schema's .int() cannot bounce a decimal input with a 400
- v1 book route override parity pinned by a lifecycle test
- DECISIONS.md format fixes + superseded entry marked; exempt category
mapped explicitly; unified truncation-drift band with rationale

Declined (recorded): dating the decision entries 2026-08-13 (bot assumed
UTC; the decisions were made after midnight local time).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(salary): round-2 review nits (shared F-skatt helper, test hygiene)

- isFSkattStatus in declared-avgifter.ts: single source for the F-skatt
exclusion, consumed by book-run, the v1 book route, the preview route and
the AGI generator, per the Swedish review's drift-risk finding
- declared-avgifter test suite gets the standard beforeEach cleanup

Declined (recorded for the summary): auto-generated correction voucher for
regenerated legacy periods (data-repair follow-up needing Emil's go); SFF
22 kap. 1 par. citation doubt (verified against lagen.nu and already shipped
in tax-tables.ts); 3740 scope doubt (BAS generic utjamning account, Visma
praxis, matches the user's reference voucher).

Jakob Wennberg c4adc8eb7d fix(salary): stop RLS from failing vab/parental absence registration (#1568)
Migration 20260517135000 rewrote the franvaro-specifikationsnummer trigger
functions to insert audit rows into salary_absence_franvaro_audit, a table
with RLS enabled and zero policies, while leaving the functions SECURITY
INVOKER (its comment claimed implicit SECURITY DEFINER, which is false in
Postgres). Every vab/parental insert from role authenticated (dashboard
absence POST, web /pending approval, in-app Assistenten chat) then failed
with 42501, surfaced as a generic 500, and left no diagnosable trace.

- New migration 20260813120000: ALTER both trigger functions to SECURITY
DEFINER with search_path pinned to public, pg_temp. No RLS policy is added
on the audit table: trigger/service-only writes stay the design intent.
- mapInsertError: 42501 now maps to the new bilingual DB_PERMISSION_DENIED
code instead of INTERNAL_ERROR, and 23514 is split so only the 24h-cap
trigger's 'Total tid' message becomes ABSENCE_HOURS_CONFLICT; other CHECK
  violations map to VALIDATION_ERROR.
- commitRegisterAbsence/commitDeleteAbsence: log the underlying PG details
and persist the sanitized structured code in result_data.error_code so the
next failure is traceable from the op row.
- Dashboard absence route: only ABSENCE_HOURS_CONFLICT passes details.message
through to the client; every other code shows the registry Swedish message
  instead of raw Postgres text.
- New pg-real regression test locks the authenticated-role parental/vab
insert path, the shared per-month specnummer sequence, the audit rows, and
  idempotent upsert retries.

Jakob Wennberg d41ef2a909 feat(sandbox): seed payroll, articles and a year of ledger history; calm the connect CTAs (#1437)
* feat(sandbox): seed payroll, articles and a year of ledger history; calm the connect CTAs

The sandbox showed neither Löner nor a usable set of reports, and the
"connect X" surfaces were oversized boxed cards.

Sandbox seed:
- pays_salaries + employer_registered, so Löner and Anställda appear at all
(an enskild firma is not an employer by default). Both seeded employees are
employment_type 'employee': an EF may employ staff, just not its own owner.
- Two employees, one booked and one open lönekörning, and the three verifikat
the booked run must have posted (7210/2710/1930, 7510/2731, 7290+7519/
2920+2940). Skatteavdrag comes from the real Skatteverket 2026 tables.
- Year-to-date ledger history, January through last month, with the quarterly
momsredovisning cleared to 2650 and paid on the SFL deadline. Without the
settlement the demo collected VAT all year and never remitted it, which left
an implausible bank balance and 155 813 kr of moms "att betala".
- The history is exempted through journal_entry_no_doc_required, the same way
the SIE-import opt-in treats imported books: its kvitton live in the previous
system, and unflagged it put 39 "verifikat utan underlag" on the home screen.
- Artikelregister, and the BAS accounts the K1 chart omits for an enskild firma.
- History is numbered before the invoice and payroll vouchers so the series runs
forwards through the year, and its writes are batched.

Connect CTAs:
- Bank picker: a two-column grid of 95px bordered logo cards becomes flat
hairline rows, Lucide icons, and a quiet inline connecting state.
- Cloud backup: each provider collapses to one row; the BFL note is shown once
for the section and names only configured destinations.
- Hem first-run: only the active step argues its case, but every not-done step
keeps a reachable action. The Skatteverket nudge becomes one quiet sentence.

Mobile assistant FAB: a fresh open is desktop-only, since the bottom nav already
has an Assistent tab. A collapsed session keeps its handle everywhere except
/chat, which is itself the way back to the conversation.

Also closes a real hole: /api/salary/runs/[id]/payslips/send had no sandbox
guard, and a seeded booked run put "Skicka lönebesked" one click from an
anonymous visitor with live Resend behind it.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(sandbox): check the two unchecked Supabase errors and tighten review nits

CodeRabbit review on #1437.

Major: two calls discarded their error and continued with null data. A failed
chart_of_accounts re-select would have written account_id: null onto every
ledger-history and salary voucher line, and a failed next_voucher_number would
have inserted a posted verifikat with no number, which is a hole in the
verifikationsserie (BFNAR 2013:2). Both now throw, and a null voucher number is
rejected explicitly.

Minor: the A-004 note claimed a 10 % markup on numbers that are 11.1 %; the
salary breakdown test's name said the opposite of its assertions after the
switch to the real tax table; the ledger-history doc still said 4 to 6 verifikat
per month before the quarterly momsredovisning added a seventh in March, May and
June.

Bank picker: the spinner is aria-hidden, so loading and connecting had no text
equivalent and a failed bank fetch was never announced. Added role="status" with
an sr-only label, and role="alert" on the error line.

Declined: confirm-before-disconnect on the cloud-backup row. Disconnect was
unconfirmed before this PR too, so adding a dialog is a behaviour change beyond
the redesign rather than a fix to it.

Mattsson 0ef3c03904 fix(salary): book net deductions as settlement lines so salary entries balance (#1374)
* fix(salary): book net deductions as settlement lines so salary entries balance

Net deduction line items were skipped entirely in createSalaryEntry, so the
credit side (2710 tax + 1930 net) fell short of the gross debit by exactly
the deducted amount and the balance trigger rejected the voucher.

Net deductions now book on their mapped settlement account (1613 advance
repayment, 2794 union fee, 7385 benefit co-payment, 2799 other; explicit
account_number overrides), aggregated and undimensioned like the other
settlement legs. The default mapping in account-mapping.ts moves off 7210
so payslip lines, the booking preview and the voucher all agree.

Fixes #316

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(salary): address compliance review on net-deduction accounts

Label 7385 with its BAS 2026 name (Kostnader för fri bil) instead of the
benefit-generic Bilförmån, document why the single benefit-payment item
type defaults to 7385 with per-line override for other benefit kinds, and
add a repayment-direction test (positive net deduction books as debit).

Mattsson f24b26a139 fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership

The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no
company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise,
while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and
retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could
hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production.

Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already
carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from
COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then
revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised
statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that
are not repeated.

userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a
NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile
rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side

The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain
base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was
minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned
a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post
the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's
consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger.

State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row,
consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and
expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing.
provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client.
provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up.

Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status
oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before
the scoped check ran.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A)

The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were
documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a
member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept
direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank
statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in
20260416120000; this bucket was left behind.

Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the
uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and
reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which
drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining
legacy prefix objects.

The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid
the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a
uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix
qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail
the whole query instead of filtering the row out.

deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored
pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to
erase.

The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry
run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and
SHA-256 identical before repointing the row.

* fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events

This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no
downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify
company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and
was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key
falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went
straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user
had been removed from the company kept reading.

Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members
with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead
of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return
a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error
strings with the canonical envelope.

Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is
gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every
other v1 read endpoint.

* perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds

A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced
fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and
had become the top application consumer of production database time:
measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds
of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at
7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on
the booking path.

PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a
correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops
Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole
journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side
instead turns that into two indexed round trips.

Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent
entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove
a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at
PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling.

Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query
stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the
truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The
accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead,
since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows.

commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the
read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check.

* fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at

Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh
next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column,
which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor
timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never
applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped
on the newest rows indefinitely.

The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap;
the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with
an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly.
ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change
sort semantics on the route that currently works.

Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every
business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and
date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had
them.

The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters,
because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug
is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard
iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging.

* fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash

The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query
string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow
documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same
Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and
wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a
write that never happened.

dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional
boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write,
and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail
the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call
sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent
cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all.

* ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review

The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so
was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and
re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to
5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0.

Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so
an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still
finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH
would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was
rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the
full tree.

The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that
package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift
went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the
lockfile, never workflow files.

* build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json

vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were
byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent
recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up
idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of
daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily.

Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the
whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into
the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its
extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were
already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which
settles the intent.

documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession:
the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is
capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the
integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention.

webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day
on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since
the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line
place to change that.

A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list,
and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they
are named rather than silently rotting.

* chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink

There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel
retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven
code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry
captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug
fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email.

This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a
no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an
adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined
by next.config.ts.

Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger
and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application
data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink
calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry
personnummer and financial data.

verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without
touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated
without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The
threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing
the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible.

The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code
actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client
side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not
forwarded.

* fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces

Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with
one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven
to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open
decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md.

Structural roots closed:
- resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking
1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING
- ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document,
not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed
- sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the
exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed
- tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed
CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all
  four baselines now empty
- three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import,
  ungated-extension-route

Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap),
RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag
resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent
polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure
and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/
Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites
with isSwedishUserMessage extended.

Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice,
recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep
work and are verified green together.

13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge.
20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new
DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres).

Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0
errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500.

* fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version

origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping
our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase
apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time.

* fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices

A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and
~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass:

- replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for
service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid()
(impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a
Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo
- bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of
writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns
- credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no
  cross-tenant figures in exception text
- link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end
- personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE
- same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book
realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse
- receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts
- period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap
- documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout
reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source
sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping
- invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression),
duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran
- match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat)
- refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window)
- KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint
- personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools
- worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths
- MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit
on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk
- observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted
stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True,
cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings
  call removed)

Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers
are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md.

* feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests

* fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215

pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role
GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the
invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() =
'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the
shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a
fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher
migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text,
reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the
null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use
public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved.

Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form
instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column,
and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt
failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's
staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit
path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and
gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no
longer renders as already filed.

Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern
(all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215

- restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the
NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version
never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch
- replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap
warning texts and update the pinned test expectations
- drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment
- strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests

renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s
default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation.

Jakob Wennberg 2175eccddd feat(salary): concept Löner landing + nav collapse animation (UI migration PR 9) (#1130)
* feat(salary): concept scene 22 landing + smoother nav collapse

Loner gets the concept header (quiet Anstallda link + Starta lonekorning
primary), the hero de-cards to a flat serif line + description + pill,
and the runs list becomes the scene 22 dry-table (Period, Status,
Anstallda, Bruttolon, Netto) where booked runs read as muted text and
in-flight runs carry a chip plus the payout date. Attention cards and the
hero state machine survive unchanged.

Nav polish: the collapse now animates as one movement (300ms decelerating
curve on both the aside width and the panel margin) and the rail/full
contents slide+fade in on swap; the Register/Bokslut folds match the
RowFoldout timing.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(salary): strip hero and attention cards from the landing

Founder direction: the Loner landing is header + lonekorningar only
(concept scene 22). The open run's table row is the entry point; AGI,
skatt, blockers and semester surfaces live on the run detail and the
employee register. Drops the hero state machine, the four cards, and all
their data plumbing (deadlines query, tax-payment chain, SKV status,
AGI submission hook).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(salary): drop the Lonekorningar eyebrow

Founder feedback: the uppercase eyebrow read as a stray font above the
table, and with the landing reduced to the runs table alone the label is
redundant under the Loner page title.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(salary): populate the Anstallda column via a count embed

The runs list selected bare salary_runs rows, so the landing's Anstallda
column was always empty (the employees array only ever existed on the
detail response). The list now embeds employee_count via
salary_run_employees(count) and the page reads the PostgREST count shape.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(salary): quiet beige chip for in-flight run states

Founder feedback vs the concept: the Granskning chip rendered as the
bordered ochre warning badge and read noisy next to the concept's quiet
Utkast chip. Draft/review/approved now all wear the beige secondary chip;
the payout-date note carries the urgency.

Jakob Wennberg 30771b1619 feat(mcp): payroll e2e parity: staged salary-run booking + absence deletion (#1075)
* feat(mcp): payroll e2e parity: staged salary-run booking + absence deletion

Close the last MCP-surface gaps for running payroll end-to-end via the
connector (the v1 REST API already had the full chain):

- gnubok_book_salary_run: stages a high-risk book operation; on approval
the executor walks review -> approved -> paid -> booked via the new
lib/salary/book-run.ts (extracted from the dashboard book route, which
now calls the same core) and posts the immutable salary vouchers.
- gnubok_delete_absence: staged inverse of gnubok_register_absence,
  reusing deleteAbsenceRange with a dry-run day-count preview.
- Wire the missing payroll operation types into the Granskning label map
  (register_absence, update_payslip_line, employee ops, vacation_year_close
had translations but fell back to humanized snake_case).
- Update stale 'booking happens in the web UI' prose in tool descriptions,
the payroll-monthly skill, and the workflow hint; payload-size ceiling
56K -> 57K per the documented bump protocol.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mcp): widen pending_operations op-type CHECK + roster typing for book_salary_run

The op-type audit (pg-real) caught the exact bug class it exists for:
book_salary_run and delete_absence were staged in code without the
constraint-expansion migration, so every real staging INSERT would have
failed with check_violation while dry_run previewed clean. Ships the
documented widen (NOT VALID) + validate migration pair. Also fixes the
strict-mode cast in book-run.ts that failed the production typecheck.

Verified locally against supabase/postgres 15.8.1.060 with all migrations
applied: op-type audit green, pg-real 692/693 (the one failure is the
pre-existing TZ-sensitive get_unlinked_1930_lines assertion, green under
TZ=UTC as in CI).

Mattsson b6332e9ff4 Fix/skv connection flow (#1015)
* feat(salary): one-click AGI submission with filing state machine and success feedback

The AGI panel required users to know that "Ladda ner AGI-fil" was the
generate step, then click submit, signing link, and kvittens manually.
A nollkorning filing stalled on "AGI-XML saknas" pointing at a UI path
that does not exist.

- New primary button "Lamna in till Skatteverket" chains the existing
endpoints client-side: generate XML if missing, POST underlag, poll
kontrollresultat, create signing link, open Mina Sidor in a tab opened
synchronously at click (popup-blocker safe). Inline stepper shows each
step; the four old buttons become collapsed advanced/recovery actions,
auto-expanded in stale-draft and rejected states. XML download stays
visible and free for manual filing.
- deriveAgiFilingState() + useAgiSubmission() lift the per-period
submission record to the run page: the progress rail and salary hero
now render the real state machine (generated, underlag inskickat,
vantar pa BankID-signatur, inlamnad med kvittensnummer) instead of
telling users to "lamna in" an already-submitted declaration.
- Success card with kvittensnummer and signature metadata once signed,
plus a toast when a poll flips the state while the page is open.
- AGI kvittens cron every 15 min instead of every 2 h so filings signed
on another device get stamped and emailed promptly.
- Advanced submit also auto-generates, and the stale "Lon -> AGI ->
Generera" error text now points at the real buttons.

* fix(enable-banking): instant OAuth callback feedback and dead-attempt cleanup

The bank redirect landed on a blank page for the several seconds the
callback spent exchanging the PSD2 session and mirroring accounts, and
every failed connect attempt left a status='error' row that rendered
forever as an "Atgard kravs" card next to a successful retry, showing
duplicate connections to the same bank.

- Stream a branded "Slutfor bankanslutningen" progress page from the
callback: the shell flushes before the session exchange starts and a
script/meta redirect follows when the work completes, with a 30s
slow-work escape hatch. Fast outcomes (denial, bad params, unknown
  state) keep their plain redirects.
- Delete never-activated connection rows (no session_id, no
accounts_data) on denial or exchange failure, and sweep leftovers for
the same bank on the next connect. Established connections keep their
"Atgard krävs" card via the accounts_data guard; FKs are ON DELETE
SET NULL so deletion has no dependents.
- Show "Banken ar ansluten: hamtar dina konton" while the settings
panel loads after the callback instead of an anonymous spinner.

* fix(invoices): reject re-send of issued invoices and gate bookkeeping on the sent flip

A direct POST to /api/invoices/[id]/send against an already-issued
invoice re-emailed the customer and posted a second revenue verifikat
(createInvoiceJournalEntry has no dedup), overwriting journal_entry_id
and orphaning the first entry. Only the UI hid the button; the v1 route
and the MCP commit executor already rejected non-drafts.

- Non-draft invoices now return 409 INVOICE_ALREADY_SENT.
- The draft to sent status flip is an optimistic lock (status guard plus
row-count check); journal entry, accrual schedules, PDF archival and
the invoice.sent event only run for the request that won the flip.
- On a flip failure the journal entry is deferred: the row stays draft
and a retry re-runs the pipeline, ending with exactly one verifikat.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(invoices): payment links, failure visibility and sandbox guard for recurring auto-send

- sendInvoiceFromSchedule now auto-creates an online payment link via
applyPaymentLinkToInvoice before rendering and passes the payment
link QR to the PDF: parity with the dashboard and v1 send routes,
  which recurring invoices silently lacked.
- The recurring cron persists last_run_warning both when a claimed run
throws (hourly retries stay visible on the schedule) and when a stale
schedule is rolled forward, so a deterministic failure can no longer
  skip a month silently.
- Auto-send is blocked for sandbox companies at the email chokepoint
(freeze-and-retain: the invoice is still generated as a draft),
covering both the cron and the run-now route with one guard.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(salary): close the Fortnox payroll API gaps (phases 1-4)

Payroll now runs end-to-end through the open API, including onboarding a
client from another payroll system, with every write staged for approval.

- v1: per-employee payslips (list/detail/PDF), payslip line writes,
run roster attach/remove, absence ranges (per-day storage), jamkning
fields, cutover opening balances (single + atomic bulk PUT), vacation
  balance + vacation-year-close. PUT added to the wrapper's idempotency/
test-key set (test keys could otherwise write through PUT).
- MCP: 10 new tools (get_employee/get_payslip/list_absence/
  get_vacation_balance reads + staged update_payslip_line,
  register_absence, create_employee, update_employee,
  set_employee_opening_balances, close_vacation_year), executors, risk
tiers, op-type CHECK expansions. create_employee encrypts personnummer
at staging: pending_operations never holds plaintext.
- Scope-map audit retrofit: 11 formerly unmapped tools now scoped;
BREAKING for keys that relied on the 4 default-allow writes.
- Cutover: employee_opening_balances (derived lock trigger, self-unlocks
on run correction), engine YTD/karens/liability integration,
Ingaende saldon section in the employee editor.
- Arbetsschema-lite: employees.hours_per_week/workdays_per_week drive the
hourly/daily divisors; legacy 173/21 preserved exactly at defaults so
  existing pay math is byte-identical.
- Vacation ledger + semesterberedning/arsavslut: recomputed per-year day
balances (synced on book/correct, non-fatal), year-close with the
min-20 floor, 5-year sparade-dagar expiry to forced payout, and a
2920/2940 drift adjustment via the bookkeeping engine; Semester
  dashboard card with preview-then-confirm dialog.
- Fix: Zod 4 defaults leak through .partial(), which made every sparse
employee PATCH fail validation and reset defaulted columns.

Migrations 20260713100000/101000/110000/121000/122000 (applied to
staging with version rows; prod via merge). vacation_ledger renamed from
20260713120000 to avoid colliding with vat_declaration_totals_rpc.

* perf: cut dashboard page-load latency (region, round trips, caching, VAT RPC)

The dominant cost was infrastructure: Vercel functions ran in iad1
(Washington D.C.) while Supabase (DB + auth) lives in eu-north-1
(Stockholm), so every request paid 4-5 transatlantic round trips of
auth + company resolution before doing any real work (measured
530-1900ms for single-query GETs in prod logs). Pin functions to arn1
and cut the redundant work on top:

- vercel.json: functions to arn1, same city as the database
- getActiveCompanyId: preference + first-membership queries run in
parallel; the fallback result doubles as validation in the common
single-company case (one round trip instead of two sequential)
- withRouteContext: Server-Timing header and authMs/companyMs/handlerMs
in the op-completed log, so latency is attributable per phase
- dashboard layout: nav badge counts off the critical path; DashboardNav
loads them client-side via the new use-worklist-badges SWR hook with
  debounced realtime revalidation
- swr (new dependency, approved): global provider; useCompanySettings
shares one cache entry across consumers and renders from cache on
  back-navigation instead of re-showing skeletons
- /pending: realtime refetch debounced; bulk operations previously
fired 4 requests per row-change event
- VAT declaration: new get_vat_declaration_totals RPC returns
  per-account totals, settlement-shape detection (#984) and
source_type counts in ONE round trip instead of paging every
entry+line through PostgREST. Account lists stay TS-side parameters
so ACCOUNT_RUTA remains the single source of truth. Shape-exclusion
  coverage moved to tests/pg/vat-declaration-totals-rpc.pg.test.ts;
  DDL already applied to staging.
- bundle: CommandPalette lazy-mounts on first Ctrl/Cmd+K, AgentChat
dynamic-imports the markdown parser, @vercel/speed-insights (new
dependency, approved) added for real-user timings

The /salary fetch-waterfall fix from the same effort already landed
inside 2084a756.

* fix(invoices): settle öre-rounded payments from the mark-paid flow

An invoice with öresavrundning shows a rounded "Att betala" on the PDF;
the customer pays that amount (up to 50 öre off the stored öre total) and
the invoice-page mark-paid flow rejected it with
MATCH_AMOUNT_EXCEEDS_REMAINING: a dead end, while the bank-transaction
match flow already absorbed the residual to 3740.

- PaymentBookingDialog now proposes the rounded bank leg plus the 3740
residual line (credit when rounded up, debit when rounded down),
resolved via getDisplayTotal from the per-invoice override and
  company_settings.ore_rounding.
- settleInvoicePayment and the v1 mark-paid route absorb the sub-krona
residual, gated by planInvoicePaymentForLines: absorption applies ONLY
when the caller lines carry the exact residual on 3740; otherwise the
strict plan applies (sub-krona partials stay partial, no-3740
overshoots keep the 400), so the GL can never diverge from the AR
  sub-ledger.
- planInvoicePayment absorb-band boundary tightened to >= 1 kr: an
exactly-1-kr overshoot used to slip past both the guard and the absorb
branch and silently over-record paid_amount (pre-existing on the
  bank-match path).

* fix(security): resolve all 7 PR compliance findings

- ASVS V3.3: per-request CSP nonce on the enable-banking finalize page
(mirrors the mcp-oauth consent page); inline scripts are nonce-bound
- ASVS V16: decouple callback finalize work from the response stream
(eager promise + next/server after()) so a client disconnect cannot
drop session persistence or the consent_granted audit emit
- ISO 27001 A.8.15: failed audit-event emits log through the structured
logger with a stable message for log-based alerting
- ASVS V2.3: recurring-invoice cron and run-now routes resolve
isSandboxCompany themselves and pass an explicit suppressAutoSend flag
(defence in depth around the email chokepoint, freeze-and-retain kept)
- ISO 27001 A.8.11: stagePendingOperation rejects plaintext
  personnummer-bearing keys in params/preview_data (key-based guard;
EF org numbers make value-matching unsafe)
- ASVS V4.5: employee PATCH body is truly sparse; cleared number fields
are omitted instead of resetting DB values to hardcoded fallbacks
- ASVS V8.2.1: route-level tests pin the v1 cross-company deny (404 by
convention, not 403) on the payslip PDF endpoint

Mattsson 98d0c7f2d0 Add/stripe skv (#1004)
* fix(salary): align pain.001 salary file with the Swedish domestic bank dialect

Verified against the Swedish Common Interpretation of ISO 20022
(Bankforeningen, Common Payment Types in Sweden, Appendix 1 Example 4:
Salaries) and Nordea Corporate Access pain.001 examples v2.6 (2026-06-22),
and XSD-validated against the official pain.001.001.03 schema:

- drop SvcLvl SEPA (SEPA credit transfers are EUR-only; omitting SvcLvl
  gets the domestic NURG default)
- drop RmtInf (not allowed for SALA salary payments; the beneficiary
statement text comes from the Dataclearing LON code)
- address employees domestically: clearing as CdtrAgt ClrSysMmbId SESBA,
account WITHOUT clearing as CdtrAcct Othr with SchmeNm BBAN
- share the clearing/account split (Swedbank 5-digit shift, Nordea
personkonto prefix dedup) between the LB and pain.001 generators via
splitDomesticBankAccount, fixing pain.001 duplicating the personkonto
  clearing
- clamp MsgId/PmtInfId/InstrId/EndToEndId to Max35Text with the per-tx
counter surviving truncation; carry the org number on Dbtr
- return 400 from the pain001 route on an invalid clearing instead of
  emitting a broken file

Also includes two unrelated decision-log lines from the parallel
revisor-review session (DECISIONS.md is a shared append-only log).

* feat(nav): surface the year-end chain in the sidebar

Add Periodiseringar, Arsredovisning (aktiebolag only) and
Inkomstdeklaration (INK2 for AB, NE-bilaga for EF) to the Skatt &
bokslut group, in workflow order. Entity gating via a new entityOnly
flag on NavItem; isActive carve-outs extended so exactly one row
lights up for the new routes. Driven by an external revisor review
that concluded these features did not exist because none of them
were reachable from the nav.

* feat(stripe): Stripe Connect integration behind config gate

Connect OAuth per company (only the acct_ id is stored), automatic
single-use Payment Links on invoice send, deterministic payment
settlement against 1686 (BAS moved acquirer receivables 1580 -> 1686),
payout booking with reverse-charge fees (6570 + 4535/4598 + 2645/2614),
and a 15-minute sync cron. Non-deterministic events land as
needs_review, never guessed at.

Fully dark without STRIPE_CONNECT_CLIENT_ID: connect returns 503, the
send hook and cron no-op, and the settings page shows 'Kommer snart'
(hosted) until the Connect platform is verified. Self-hosted keeps the
honest not-configured message.

* fix(deadlines): add shared completeTaxDeadline and fix dead AGI deadline auto-complete

generate-declaration.ts has updated non-existent columns (type/period/
status) since inception, so the arbetsgivardeklaration deadline was
never auto-completed. Replace with a shared helper targeting the real
schema (tax_deadline_type/tax_period/is_completed), also used by the
kvittens crons and moms handlers in the follow-up commit.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(rot-rut): import Skatteverket beslutsfil and record decisions on payout requests

Parse the beslutsfil JSON from Skatteverkets rot/rut e-tjanst and record
godkant belopp on the matching begaran: matched by stored
skv_referensnummer first, then exact name among active undecided
requests; arenden by fakturanummer then personnummer, exactly-one or the
beslut errors (all-or-nothing). Never auto-settles: recording the beslut
and booking the payout are separate acts. Exposed as an API route and
the gnubok_import_rot_rut_beslut MCP tool.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(skatteverket): system auth for background reads, one-click VAT submit, kvittens notifications

Hybrid auth program: system CCG (org certificate) for background reads
while personal BankID stays for interactive submissions, since SKV
per-flow refresh tokens live 65 min and crons structurally cannot run
on them. All system-auth code sits behind SKATTEVERKET_SYSTEM_AUTH_MODE
(default off) with a stub transport until the Expisoft cert and CCG
avtal land; auth resolution is centralized in resolve-auth.ts.

Also in this change:
- One-click VAT submit chaining kontrollera -> utkast -> las
server-side with a stage discriminator; step-by-step buttons demoted
  to the overflow menu.
- Kvittens crons (AGI + new VAT schedule) with email-only
notifications, deduped in notification_log under the new
  skv_kvittens type.
- Ombud grant probe + verification UI in the connect panel, and a
dashboard promo card for unconnected companies.
- skatteverket_company_connections table with pg-real coverage.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(salary): auto-settle AGI tax payment from skattekonto and surface SKV reconnect on the tax card

The "Skatt att betala" card only cleared via the manual mark-paid button
on the run detail page; the promised automatic flip from the Skattekonto
sync was never implemented, so paid periods stayed red.

- settleAgiTaxPayments: during every skattekonto sync, a booked
"Arbetsgivardeklaration YYYYMM" debit row settles the matching
agi_declarations.tax_paid_at, but only when the amount equals the
declared total to the ore and the account is not in deficit
(deterministic; drift or deficit falls back to manual).
- Salary overview card: reconnect hint when the SKV token needs
re-consent (link to /settings/tax, silent when the extension is off),
plus an inline "Markera som betald" button reusing the existing
  endpoint and salary_payments strings.

* Add cloud backup scheduling and alerting features

- Implement unit tests for scheduling logic in `schedule.test.ts`, covering various scenarios for determining if a backup schedule is due.
- Create a new module `backup-alert.ts` to handle failure alerts for cloud backup auto-sync, including email notifications for reauthentication and repeated failures.
- Introduce `schedule.ts` to manage scheduling logic, including handling local time zones and converting between local and UTC hours.
- Add CSV report generation functions in `archive-csv.ts` for trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and general ledger, ensuring compatibility with Swedish Excel formats.
- Create a README generator for the archive structure in `archive-readme.ts`, providing clear documentation for users accessing backup files.
- Implement tests for CSV report generation in `archive-csv.test.ts`, ensuring correct formatting and content.
- Establish a full-archive coverage contract test in `full-archive-coverage.pg.test.ts` to ensure all company-scoped tables are properly classified for backup.

* fix(stripe): correct invoice clearing reference and improve type safety in sync logic

* fix(invoices): narrow accountingMethod before resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType

settleInvoicePayment takes accountingMethod as a raw settings string, but
resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType requires the 'accrual' | 'cash' union.
Normalize at the call site (anything but 'cash' books as accrual), matching
the existing useCashEntry semantics.

* fix: address CodeRabbit review findings and nitpicks on PR #1004

Review findings:
- backup settings redirect: always force view=export over incoming params
- AGI/VAT kvittens crons: isolate best-effort post-submit calls, check the
signed-state persist error, guard recovery calls in catch blocks so one
company cannot abort the rest; surface grant_revoked in the run summary
- kvittens notifications: atomic claim-first dedup with a partial unique
index; map non-uuid reference keys to deterministic uuids
- grant probe: record the actual 2xx status; mTLS transport: handle
  response-stream errors
- stripe: amount-aware idempotency keys for payment links; emit
  stripe.disconnected on upstream revocations
- ROT/RUT beslut import: mutate in-memory request state after apply, move
item + header writes into an atomic apply_rot_rut_beslut RPC, add
  rot_rut_payout to JournalEntrySourceTypeSchema
- migrations: use NOT VALID + VALIDATE CONSTRAINT for CHECK constraints on
  journal_entries, notification_log and rot_rut_payout_requests
- cloud backup: hour_utc-only schedule updates clear stale hour_local

Nitpicks:
- stripe sync: enforce the cron time budget inside per-connection event
  processing with idempotent cursor progress; maybeSingle for settings;
honest partial-customer DTO shared with the settlement boundary
- shared applyPaymentLinkToInvoice helper for both invoice send routes,
  v1 docblock documents step 6b and PAYMENT_LINK_FAILED
- settings panel: drop redundant decodeURIComponent
- cloud backup: document worst-case archive memory headroom

Jakob Wennberg b4a21b1029 fix(documents): RFC 5987 Content-Disposition so NFD filenames stop crashing inline view (#964)
* fix(documents): RFC 5987 Content-Disposition so NFD filenames stop crashing inline view

macOS/iOS uploads carry NFD-decomposed filenames (base letter + combining
diaeresis U+0308, char code 776). undici Headers require ByteString values
(every code unit <= 0xFF), so splicing the raw filename into the
Content-Disposition header threw while building the response and the
inline document route 500ed. 122 prod documents across 35 companies hit
this; last crash 2026-07-09T16:17.

Add lib/api/content-disposition.ts emitting the RFC 6266 dual form:
an ASCII quoted fallback (NFC-normalize, then replace anything outside
printable ASCII plus quote and backslash with _) and
filename*=UTF-8''<percent-encoded> per RFC 5987 (encodeURIComponent on
the NFC name, additionally escaping ! ' ( ) * which it leaves bare).

Use it in the inline document route and in the two latent same-shape
sites that embed raw employee names in payslip PDF headers.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(api): sanitize lone surrogates before percent-encoding Content-Disposition (CodeRabbit)

Unpaired UTF-16 surrogates survive normalize('NFC') and make encodeURIComponent throw a URIError, so replace them with U+FFFD via String.prototype.toWellFormed() before encoding so the helper always returns a valid header value.

Jakob Wennberg c1ea0d9bf2 fix(salary): make pain.001 betalfil generatable (company IBAN + BIC) (#950)
The ISO 20022 pain.001 salary payment file could never be generated: the
route required company_settings.iban/bic, but no settings screen wrote
those columns, so every request returned 400. The specific reason was
also swallowed by getErrorMessage (isSwedishUserMessage did not know
"krävs"/"saknar"), surfacing only the generic "Förfrågan innehåller
ogiltiga uppgifter" (issue #945).

- Add IBAN + BIC inputs to Settings > Fakturering > Bankuppgifter. BIC
auto-derives from the clearing number / bank already entered, so in
practice only the IBAN is typed. Validated client- and server-side.
- Route requires the company IBAN (canonical debtor form every Swedish
bank accepts) and derives the BIC, with clear actionable errors.
- Employees are unchanged: domestic clearing + account (BBAN), which is
what Swedish payroll collects. Only the company (debtor) uses IBAN.
- getErrorMessage recognizes "krävs"/"saknar" so payment-file reasons
surface instead of the generic 400.

* fix(security): enforce MFA on mcp-oauth consent and gate viewer storno route

mcp-oauth/authorize renders an HTML consent page and issues 303 redirects that withRouteContext cannot express, so it kept raw getUser() and thereby skipped the AAL2 gate: a password-only (AAL1) session could approve consent that mints a long-lived, MFA-bypassing API key. Add a route-local requireAal2() step-up on GET and POST; AAL1 sessions redirect to /mfa/verify, BankID users are exempt.

Separately, POST /api/reports/vat-declaration/rc-basis-gaps/fix calls correctEntry() (storno of a posted entry) but lacked requireWrite, so viewer-role members could trigger it. Add { requireWrite: true }.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(api): route transactions endpoints through withRouteContext

Migrate the transactions routes off hand-rolled supabase.auth.getUser() onto the MFA-enforcing withRouteContext wrapper; add requireWrite on mutating handlers (book, uncategorize, attach-document, ignore, batch-match, create-from-document). Behavior and response shapes preserved; tests updated to the wrapper mock pattern.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(api): route SIE import and bank reconciliation through withRouteContext

Migrate import/sie and reconciliation/bank routes onto the MFA-enforcing wrapper; requireWrite on mutations (import execute, create-accounts, mappings write verbs, link/unlink/run/mark-opening-balance). Reads (status, unmatched-entries) stay ungated. Response shapes preserved; tests added/updated to the wrapper mock pattern.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(api): route salary endpoints through withRouteContext

Migrate salary employees and runs routes (plus ku, payroll-config, tax-tables) onto the MFA-enforcing wrapper; requireWrite on mutations. Personnummer masking/encryption untouched; file downloads (AGI XML, payslip PDF, payment files) keep their headers. Two payment-file GETs retain requireWrite because they stamp *_file_generated_at and previously gated viewers. Tests added/updated to the wrapper mock pattern.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(api): route report endpoints through withRouteContext

Migrate the read-only report routes (trial balance, balansrapport, resultatrapport, income statement, ledgers, KPI, VAT declaration, salary journal, monthly breakdown, journal register, continuity check, full archive, etc.) onto the MFA-enforcing wrapper. All read-only, no requireWrite. JSON/XLSX/PDF/ZIP response bodies and headers preserved byte-for-byte; tests updated to the wrapper mock pattern.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(api): route invoices, skatteverket, agent and extension endpoints through withRouteContext

Migrate invoices, supplier-invoices, skatteverket tax-payments, and dynamic extension routes onto the MFA-enforcing wrapper with requireWrite on mutations. The two NDJSON streaming agent routes (invoke, onboarding/stream) use requireAuth() directly (the wrapper can't wrap a streaming response) so MFA is still enforced. skatteverket payment-file GET keeps requireWrite (stamps a generated-at field). Response shapes and file headers preserved; tests added/updated.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(api): route documents, events, team and account endpoints through withRouteContext

Migrate documents, events, kpi/preferences, vat/validate, support/contact onto the MFA-enforcing wrapper with requireWrite on mutations. account/password, team/accept and team/members use requireAuth() directly (user-level or pre-membership flows with no active company context) so MFA is still enforced. events keeps its dual API-key-or-session auth. Document retention guard untouched; tests added/updated.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(api): route settings and pending-operations endpoints through withRouteContext

Migrate settings (api-keys, oauth-clients, booking-templates, counterparty-templates, logo, company settings) and pending-operations (commit, bulk-commit, reject, edit-before-approve) onto the MFA-enforcing wrapper with requireWrite on mutations. Credential-guarding routes keep their per-user ownership filters. Response shapes preserved; tests added/updated to the wrapper mock pattern.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore(guards): ratchet raw-route-auth baseline 119->1 after A1 migration

Lock in the withRouteContext migration so the count cannot regress. The single remaining entry, mcp-oauth/authorize, is a documented exception (HTML consent + redirects, MFA enforced via route-local step-up). Record the campaign and requireWrite decisions in DECISIONS.md.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(vat): add eSKD momsdeklaration file export for "Deklarera via fil"

Generate the Skatteverket eSKDUpload v6.0 XML file so users can file VAT by
upload instead of typing every ruta into the form. Extract buildFiledAmounts()
as the shared whole-krona source of truth (öre truncated per SFL 22 kap 1 §) so
the XML file and the manual-filing PDF can never disagree. Adds the /eskd API
route, an XML option in the report export menu, and the upload button on the
manual-filing card. Strings in sv + en.

* feat(vat): add 'vat_settlement' source type and update related components

* fix(booking): adjust search input layout and enable autofocus

* fix(vat): support 12-digit org numbers and adjust emission order for eSKD file

* fix(migration): add 'vat_settlement' to journal_entries.source_type CHECK

Mattsson 3a88b53fd9 Add/api and invoice (#911)
* feat(salary): validate employee clearing/kontonummer at entry

Bank details on the "Anställda" form had no structural validation, so a
typo in clearing/kontonummer was saved silently and only surfaced at
Bankgirot LB generation (or never, on the SEPA path).

Adds a shared validator (lib/salary/payment/bank-account.ts) wired into
the create dialog, edit page, CreateEmployeeSchema, and the PATCH route:
4-digit clearing or 5-digit Swedbank (8xxxx), 5-11 digit account,
both-or-neither. Mirrors encodeReceiverAccount so entry-time validation
matches what the payout layer can encode. Update validates only when a
bank field actually changes, so legacy free-text data stays editable.
Includes a conservative clearing to bank-name hint (null for unknown
ranges). Per-bank mod10/mod11 checksum deferred to a soft-warning
follow-up.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(chart-of-accounts): styled delete warnings and bulk select-all

Replace the native window.confirm() on single-account delete with the styled DestructiveConfirmDialog, and add to the prune dialog a master 'select all unused accounts' checkbox plus an explicit confirmation step before bulk deletion. New sv/en strings for the confirm titles and actions.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(salary): encrypt personnummer on v1 employee create; tolerate legacy plaintext on read

The v1 REST create route stored personnummer unencrypted, which then threw ERR_CRYPTO_INVALID_AUTH_TAG on every decrypt-on-read path and 500'd the employees roster. Encrypt on write in v1 create, decrypt on read in the v1 list/detail/patch responses, and make decryptPersonnummer pass a raw 12-digit value through with a warn so a legacy plaintext row can't take the roster down. Encrypt seeded personnummer. Add a gated, idempotent backfill for existing rows.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bookkeeping): save a manual entry as a reusable template

Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual journal-entry form next to the existing "Anvand mall" picker, so users can capture a booking pattern the moment they work it out. Opens the shared TemplateForm (create mode) pre-seeded from the current lines via deriveTemplateLinesFromBooking, and saves through the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates. Rendered in both the mobile and desktop layouts and in create + edit modes.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(pending): label all staged operation types

The Granskning list rendered the raw snake_case operation_type (e.g.
create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox) for any type missing from the label
map, which hogs the meta row and wraps awkwardly on mobile. Add short
sv/en labels for all operation types in OPERATION_RISK_TIERS, plus a
humanized fallback for future ones, and simplify the label map to a plain
operation_type -> i18n-key record (the icon/variant fields were dead).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(reports): let users file moms without a Skatteverket connection

The momsdeklaration was never gated on the Skatteverket connection (it
renders from the bookkeeping), but the not-connected "Anslut med BankID"
card read as a wall. Make manual filing a first-class path:

- Add a "Lämna in din momsdeklaration" card under the report with a PDF
download (SKV 4700 layout, hela kronor) and a skatteverket.se link.
- Add a momsdeklaration PDF route + template; buildManualFilingRows()
rounds each ruta to whole kronor and recomputes ruta 49 per the SKV
4700 formula so it ties out. The PDF is a read/record copy, not a
submission file (moms has no upload channel).
- Offer PDF alongside Excel in the report's export menu.
- Reframe the not-connected SkatteverketPanel to "Skicka direkt till
  Skatteverket (valfritt)".

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(salary): compact new-employee dialog and warn on bad account check digit

Redesign NewEmployeeDialog into a compact layout: borderless sections split
by hairline dividers (no per-section cards), a fixed header + scrolling body
+ solid footer (fixes content showing through the old sticky bar), and denser
grids. EmployeeTaxCard gains a `flat` variant so the dialog can host it
without card chrome; the edit page keeps the boxed version.

Add non-blocking Swedish account check-digit validation
(lib/bankgiro/account-number.ts): mod10 (reuses luhn) + mod11, with a
clearing->method table from the Bankgirot "Bankernas kontonummeruppbyggnad"
spec, cross-checked against jop-io/kontonummer.js and verified against a real
account (Forex 9420/4172385). Surfaced as a soft warning in both employee
forms; unrecognised clearings return 'unknown' so we never warn on a valid
but unmapped account. Never blocks saving.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(invoices): configurable send time + editing for recurring invoices

Re-register the accidentally-removed recurring cron (now hourly) and add a
per-schedule send hour (Europe/Stockholm, DST-aware). The cron never sends for
a past date, and the enabling migration pauses every existing schedule on
deploy so nothing auto-sends behind a user's back; users reactivate consciously
(with a confirm) or click "Skapa faktura nu" to send this month on demand.
Automatic sending now requires a customer email. Adds a full edit flow (row
click opens the prefilled form, PATCH), fixing the row-click 404.

* feat(invoices): configure självfaktura via the invoice API

Add an optional is_self_billed flag (plus external_invoice_number,
self_billing_agreement_ref, received_date) to the public invoice-create
endpoint so callers can register a received self-billing invoice
(mottagen självfaktura, ML 17 kap 15§) via the API. It was previously
only reachable from the internal dashboard route, so it was missing from
the API docs.

Extract the booking into a shared service (lib/invoices/self-billed-sale.ts)
and refactor the internal /api/invoices/self-billed route to a thin wrapper
over it, so the dashboard and the API cannot drift. Books as a sale
(Debit 1510 / Credit 30xx+26xx) with the counterparty's number; no own
number is consumed. Fields are plain optionals (no schema refine) so
UpdateInvoiceSchema.omit() keeps working; required-when-self-billed is
enforced in the route. Documented in the endpoint registry. No migration
(columns already exist).

* fix(settings): allow a partial voucher-series-per-source-type map

In Zod 4 an enum-keyed z.record is exhaustive (every source_type
required), so saving a default_voucher_series_per_source_type map that
omits a source type (e.g. the newly added result_appropriation) failed
with "expected string, received undefined". Use partialRecord so the map
can be sparse; the engine falls back to series 'A' for any unmapped key.

* refactor(salary): resolve employer name via getCompanyDisplayName

Payslip PDFs, the payslip email, AGI, KU10, and the BG/LB + SEPA payment
files now resolve the employer name through getCompanyDisplayName
(company_settings.company_name, falling back to companies.name), matching
how invoices already display it. Read-side coalesce, so no migration or
backfill: companies.name is write-once at onboarding and not authoritative
for these surfaces. The sidebar company switcher uses the same coalesce for
the non-active companies in the list.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* perf(kontoplan): index-only account usage counts + lighter reference load

Add a covering index on journal_entry_lines (journal_entry_id,
account_number) so get_account_usage_counts becomes an index-only scan
(prod worst case ~440ms). Slim /api/bookkeeping/accounts/reference to
return only the company's activation rows and merge against the
client-bundled BAS_REFERENCE instead of re-sending the full ~1,300-account
catalog every load, and defer the BAS catalog + usage counts off the
first-paint critical path in ChartOfAccountsManager.

* i18n(salary): add bank-account checksum warning string

sv/en strings for the employee bank-account (clearing/kontonummer) soft
checksum warning shown by the create/edit forms.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs: update decision log

Append the 2026-07-06/07 decision entries (salary employer-name coalesce,
sidebar switcher, employees API personnummer fix, kontoplan load
optimization, momsdeklaration manual filing, recurring invoices resend +
reactivation + editing, "spara som mall", voucher-series partial map, and
självfaktura via the invoice API).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: address compliance-review findings on recurring invoices + moms filing

- recurring cron: close the double-send window with an atomic compare-and-set
claim on last_run_at (release-on-failure) so two overlapping hourly runs
can't both spawn from the same stale batch row
- recurring edit dialog: force auto_send=false whenever the effective customer
has no email, so a disabled-but-checked box can't PATCH auto_send=true after
  the async customer load
- momsdeklaration manual-filing: truncate rutor to whole kronor (öretal faller
bort per SFL 22 kap 1 §) instead of round-to-nearest, matching the SRU path

Jakob Wennberg 7f24ede6c0 fix(entitlements): close paywall leaks on interactive bank, SKV, and email routes (#910)
* fix(entitlements): close paywall leaks on interactive bank, SKV, and email routes

The capability gate covered crons, MCP tools, and invoice send, but four
interactive server paths still bypassed it ahead of the 2026-07-07 trial
cutover:

- enable-banking POST /connect and /sync (bank_sync)
- skatteverket authorize/validate/draft/lock/submit/spara/las/kontrollera/
skattekonto-sync (skatteverket); unlock and all reads stay free, and the
AGI/VAT file download path remains ungated per the manual-filing decision
- salary payslip email send (email_send)
- recurring-invoice auto-send (email_send); the invoice is still created,
only the email is withheld (freeze-and-retain)

Jakob Wennberg c43c4a076c feat(salary): allow recalling approval on a salary run (approved → review) (#894)
* feat(salary): allow recalling approval on a salary run (approved → review)

An approved run was a dead end: the only forward path was paid → booked,
so a wrong salary snapshot (e.g. stale employee monthly pay) could not be
fixed without paying and then storno-correcting. Approval is an internal
control point — nothing legally binding happens until payment, booking,
or AGI filing — so recalling it is allowed until the AGI reaches
Skatteverket.

- POST /api/salary/runs/[id]/unapprove: approved → review; clears
  approved_by/at and payment-file tracking; deletes generated-but-unfiled
AGI declarations (stale XML must not stay exportable); 409 once the
AGI is pending_signature/submitted/accepted — correction AGI (same
specifikationsnummer) is the lawful path then.
- New salary_run.approval_reverted event for the audit trail.
- "Ångra godkännande" secondary action on the run page with a
consequence-aware confirm (payment file possibly at the bank, sent
payslips, generated AGI), sv + en.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(salary): delete stale AGI after the unapprove transition, not before

Bot-review triage on #894: the declaration delete ran before the
optimistic status update, so a failed transition (concurrent flip,
transient error) would have destroyed the generated AGI while the run
stayed approved. Flip the run first; a delete failure afterwards is
harmless (agi_generated_at is already null, regeneration upserts over
the orphan). Also record the deleted declaration id in the
approval_reverted event payload, and warn in the confirm dialog that a
manually filed AGI requires a correction declaration instead.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(salary): close the unapprove TOCTOU on concurrent AGI filing

Superagent P2 + compliance-bot round 2 on #894: AGI submission is
allowed from approved (also out-of-band via MCP/public API), so a
filing could land between the route's read and its update, and the
route would flip the run and delete a submitted declaration.

- Re-assert agi_submitted_at IS NULL inside the optimistic update
filter, not just on the stale read.
- Guard the declaration delete with the same status filter so it
no-ops if the declaration advanced since the read; log a miss.
- Zero-row update (PGRST116) now returns 409 "status har ändrats"
  instead of a generic 500.
- The approval_reverted event only reports deletedAgiDeclarationId
when a row was actually deleted.

Mattsson 2c2743eb79 Check/salary bankid api (#892)
* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup

- middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the
extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so
company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard
- BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the
give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once
(a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first,
failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown
instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors
- bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the
identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a
retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account
- bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink
(BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method)
- login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of
dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs: move secondary guides into docs/, delete dead root files

Move DOCKER.md, SELF-HOSTING.md, WHITELABEL.md and extensions.md
(renamed EXTENSIONS.md) into a new docs/ folder and update all path
references (README, setup.sh, .dockerignore image rules, docker-publish
workflow comment, _example-branding, lib/branding/service.ts).

Delete two dead root files: customer.json (stray API-test payload) and
findings.md (point-in-time swarm audit export, criticals already filed).

* fix(api): security & correctness hardening + withRouteContext MFA migration across API routes

Audit of ~100 app/api routes. Highlights:

Security
- agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews
  (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped
- calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a
public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only
- bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the
IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded
- agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile
  while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated

Correctness
- account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000
rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) ->
fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes)
- voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could
show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced
- 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed
- assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed
- invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent;
  deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod

Convention
- ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation,
corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger

Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests.

* feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt

Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can
capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right
where they figured out how something should be booked.

- derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking
(settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with
its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business
ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart)
- extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the
booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility
  hints instead of duplicating them
- save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint

* fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer

Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning
och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every
statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL
filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts
diverged.

The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL
document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that
emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3
templates. Also fixed along the way:

- Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load
and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all.
- mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass
nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a
  non-fileable document before download.
- Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's
  strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's
duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR.
- FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver
(never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year
opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie
the roll-forward exactly to booked UB.
- build-input dedupes warnings now that the PDF path runs the same
  mapping.

Regression test asserts no RR/BR label ever contains a four-digit
account number again.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens

Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's
omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived
opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr"
with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode
(prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the
invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest
years.

- lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector
  (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis)
- Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced,
naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP
gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread
- SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave
a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as
warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim
migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and
  now renders them
- opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return
409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in
the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind
retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code

Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and
never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted.

* fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink

Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors:

- Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates
table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest
concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation
or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek.
Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate.
- Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting
the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's
deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration
makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows.
- Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only
  genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied
/api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well.
- application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL)
validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always
  failing the magic-byte check.
- correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the
BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from
a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test).
- Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using
scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents

Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE,
TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code
and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once
expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI
kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of
failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent
proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts

A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the
currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE
(company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors
left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands
out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots,
skipping slots held by any existing row.

- Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills
reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of
  re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives).
- Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects
duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of
  silently skipping the mirror.
- Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for
every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt
  guidance.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews

Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS
amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an
unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled
both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP
preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact
lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross
bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives
them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines.
ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to
the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart

SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never
used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one
grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET
/api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune
deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account
list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never
deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog
grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces

Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line
dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets
against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail
responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot
follows.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths

Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized
awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice
detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now
run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and
getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same
round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope
optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind
the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices
server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the
whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion
dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list
bundle.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit

Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks:

- One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an
empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the
latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new
salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The
  separate /salary/runs/new page is gone.
- Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail,
KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately
wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/.
- Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token],
backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with
PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the
  route from auth redirects.
- Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs
Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB
sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026).
- AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing
links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with
  skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid.
- Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish,
  municipality tax-table lookup improvements.

messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune,
skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before
this.

* chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping

- Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16
renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged).
- Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs
  don't break the build type-check.
- Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to
lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76.
- template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding.
- database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink

relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(),
which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the
pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops
executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag.
Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical
link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging.

Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against
non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so
an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap)

Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to
guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger,
which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on
UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all.
That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link
durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression).

Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the
same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays
allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The
correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving
underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging.

Jakob Wennberg ec27228a8e style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests,
and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than
house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon
for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal
ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for
paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by
hand together to keep sv/en in sync.

Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than
decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex,
charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE
encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the
agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and
a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte.

Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in
ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial
pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it
exists to verify.

Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27
SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes,
with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above.

Jakob Wennberg 163fbd8222 feat(dimensions): PR8 salary — employees.default_dimensions, per-employee cost lines, aggregation re-key (#869)
Employees carry a default dimensions bag and the salary booking puts each
employee's cost on their kostnadsställe/projekt
(dev_docs/dimensions_implementation_plan.md PR8):

- employees.default_dimensions (migration 20260702220000; jsonb DEFAULT
  '{}' + object CHECK)
- salary-entries: the one-line-per-account aggregation is re-keyed to
account+bag — P&L cost lines (löner incl. line items + base remainder,
arbetsgivaravgifter, semesteravsättning + dess avgifter, pension, SLP)
split per employee bag while every balance-sheet/settlement leg (2710,
  1930, 2731, 29xx, 2740, 2514) stays aggregated; liability credits equal
  the sum of the rounded debit buckets so entries balance by construction;
dimension-less runs book byte-identically to before. Replaces the dead
  SalaryRunEmployee.cost_center/project pair (never wired)
- both book routes (dashboard + v1) read the bag via the employees join —
read-at-book, so the run review shows exactly what will book
- employee form (new + edit) gets a gated Kostnadsställe/Projekt card;
run review shows per-employee dims chips; run GET + v1 employee
  routes/schemas + MCP list_employees carry the field
- pre-merge audit: all salary reports (salary-journal, AGI,
  avgifter-basis, vacation-liability) read salary_run_employees — not
journal lines — and every ledger consumer sums per account, so the

Jakob Wennberg 55ba66908b feat(salary): let an enskild firma employ staff while blocking owner/board payroll (#797)
An enskild firma that hires staff should get the payroll module, but its owner
or board can never be on payroll (owner compensation is egna uttag / BAS 2013,
not lön).

- Migration 20260628120000 adds the enforce_ef_no_owner_employee trigger
(BEFORE INSERT OR UPDATE OF employment_type) as the all-paths backstop.
- lib/salary/employment-rules.ts is the app-layer mirror (forbidden set kept
byte-identical to the trigger); getCompanyEntityType() resolves the same
  company_settings -> companies precedence.
- The two UI salary routes and the v1 POST guard before insert/update for a
  clean 400 with guidance.
- Payroll nav + Lön settings now show for any employer (aktiebolag OR
company_settings.pays_salaries), wired through the dashboard layout.

Fixes #782.

Mattsson f9ea9c0082 Add/pdf and templates (#705)
* fix(invoices): apply configured voucher series to payments + preview next voucher

The booking engine resolves the series from
default_voucher_series_per_source_type, but the global "Standardserie"
dropdown wrote a separate field the engine ignored, and cash-method invoice
payments (invoice_cash_payment) weren't exposed in settings — so configured
series were silently dropped to "A".

- Expose cash/private payment source types in the per-source-type form
- Write the global default through to the map on save, keeping overrides
- Resolve voucher-sequences/next by source_type (+date) to match the engine
- Show the upcoming voucher (V2) in the payment dialog title
- Share resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType so preview and booking can't drift

* fix(salary): keep AGI panel in sync with Skatteverket signing state

The AGI panel mixed run-scoped generation state (agi_generated_at,
agi_declarations) with period-scoped submission state (extension_data
agi_submission_{period}), so the two could drift and present
contradictory UI. Reconcile them:

- Auto-detect a Mina Sidor BankID signature: while awaiting_signing,
poll /agi/kvittenser on mount and on tab refocus so the panel flips
to "signed" (hiding the signing actions) without a manual
  "Hamta kvittens" click.
- Warn instead of offering to sign when the locked granskningsunderlag
predates the run's latest AGI generation (draftIsStale) — avoids
  filing superseded figures.
- Self-heal a stale "AGI-XML saknas" error once the run's AGI is
  (re)generated out-of-band (MCP/API/other tab).
- Refetch the salary run on tab focus so agi_generated_at reflects
out-of-band generation without a hard reload.
- /agi/lasUpp now clears the cached agi_submission_{period} record, so
unlocking drops the panel back to the pre-submission state instead of
stranding it on a released "redo att signeras" draft.

* feat: Implement VAT registration handling and invoice item line types

- Added VAT registration check in commitCreateInvoice to set VAT rate to 0% for non-VAT registered companies.
- Updated invoice creation logic to reflect 'exempt' VAT treatment and adjusted related fields accordingly.
- Introduced support for free-text and blank spacer rows in invoice items by adding a new line_type field.
- Enhanced invoice and credit note handling to accommodate new line types.
- Added new localized messages for text rows in English and Swedish.
- Created tests for salary run approval logic, ensuring bank details are validated correctly.
- Implemented effective net payout calculation for salary runs, considering tax overrides.
- Added SQL migrations to support new invoice item line types and accounting method awareness for linking invoices to vouchers.

* feat(articles): artikelregister with revenue account + VAT rate per article

Article register (non-inventory) with per-article VAT rate and optional
BAS class-3 revenue-account override. Includes API routes, UI pages,
MCP tools, pending-operation staging, and the activate-or-create
account flow (ACCOUNTS_NOT_IN_CHART -> ActivateAccountsDialog,
unknown numbers -> AddAccountDialog) reusing the journal entry UX.

* feat(payments): supplier payment lines + cash-method invoice matching

Shared payment-line proposal for supplier invoices, improved
match-invoice/match-supplier-invoice flows (kontantmetoden-aware),
and voucher-link support without requiring a 151x clearing entry.

* feat(bookkeeping): new journal entry dialog, SIE import tweaks, misc

New journal entry dialog component, journal list/page updates,
invoice editor updates, SIE import adjustments, transaction ingest
and api-key tweaks, pr-agent workflow update.

Mattsson 64991eb3c9 Add/transaction deletion (#695)
* feat(salary): add remove-employee button to draft salary runs

The DELETE /api/salary/runs/{id}/employees/{employeeId} endpoint already
existed (draft-only, cascades to the employee's line items) but had no UI
trigger, so a mistakenly added employee could only be cleared by deleting
the whole draft. Add a trash-icon action column to the "Anställda" table,
gated on draft status + write permission to match the endpoint's guard,
with a confirm prompt and success/error toast.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(settings): prevent horizontal overflow on mobile

The company settings invite form was a non-wrapping fixed-width flex row that overflowed narrow viewports, forcing the full-screen settings modal to scroll on the x-axis. Stack the form vertically on mobile (sm:flex-row at and above the sm breakpoint) and add the missing min-w-0 guard to the modal content pane.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bookkeeping): move journal entry filters into a filter dialog

The ledger toolbar showed every filter inline (fiscal year, sort, series,
date range, missing-documents toggle), which felt cluttered. Keep only the
search field visible and move the rest into a "Filtrera" dialog with an
active-filter count badge.

- JournalEntryList now owns the fiscal-year scope, restored from the same
localStorage key FiscalYearSelector writes, so the page no longer renders
  the selector separately.
- Filters apply live and the dialog stays open; "Rensa alla filter" clears them.
- Export STORAGE_KEY_PREFIX / ALL_YEARS_VALUE from FiscalYearSelector so the
list reuses the persisted selection without duplicating the key.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(transactions): implement imported transaction guard for deletion

- Added a guard to prevent deletion of transactions that are imported via bank sync or file uploads.
- Introduced `isImportedTransaction` utility to determine if a transaction is user-created or imported.
- Updated DELETE endpoint to return a 409 status for attempts to delete imported transactions.
- Enhanced transaction history and inbox components to reflect the new deletion rules.
- Added tests for transaction origin determination and deletion behavior.
- Updated UI components to include a confirmation dialog for clearing journal entry forms.
- Localized new strings for clearing form functionality in English and Swedish.

* feat(transactions): enhance transaction deletion guard and improve fiscal year visibility

Mattsson 0ca9c25aba Add/user feedback (#679)
* feat(bookkeeping): make blocked fiscal-year creation actionable

When creating a new räkenskapsår is blocked because a prior period is
still open, the "Skapa räkenskapsår" dialog no longer dead-ends on an
English toast. The API now returns the canonical bilingual error envelope
with the blocking periods (id/name/dates) under details, and the dialog
renders a Swedish panel that locks them inline (reversible locked_at) via
the existing /lock endpoint and retries creation.

The guard rule is unchanged and remains BFL-compliant: BFL 6 kap allows
löpande bokföring of the new year in parallel with the prior year's
bokslut, so a lock (not a full close) is sufficient and reversible.

- Add PERIOD_CREATE_BLOCKED_BY_OPEN_PERIODS structured error code
- Return envelope + details.blockingPeriods from the 409 (was English string)
- CreatePeriodDialog: inline "lås och skapa" panel + lock-and-retry
- Update route tests for the new envelope shape

* fix(ui): prevent mouse wheel from mutating number inputs

A focused <input type="number"> would change its value on scroll,
silently turning e.g. a 20000 salary into 19998. Blur number inputs
on wheel so the page scrolls instead of editing the value. Applied
at the Input primitive so all number fields are protected.

* feat(salary): auto-derive skattetabell and kolumn for employees

Replace the opaque manual "Skattetabell (29-42)" and "Kolumn (1-6)" inputs
on the employee form with a self-deriving flow: the user picks their
folkbokföringskommun from a searchable dropdown and the tax table fills
itself in, while the column derives from the personnummer we already collect.

- Add a searchable municipality picker (MunicipalityCombobox) backed by a
  new cached GET /api/salary/tax-tables/kommuner endpoint.
- Wrap the whole "Skatt" card in a self-contained EmployeeTaxCard used by
both the create and edit pages, with InfoTooltips and named column options.
- deriveTaxColumn(): auto-select column 1 for under-66 employees; leave the
ambiguous 66+ case (pension vs working senior) to a clearly-named manual
  choice.
- Fix fetchKommunTaxRates() to page through all ~1300 församling rows instead
of a single 500-row page (which silently dropped ~200 kommuner, incl.
Göteborg) and normalize the uppercase names to title case.

* fix(import): correct CSV amount-column guess and surface skipped rows

Manual CSV column-mapping auto-guess walked each data row right-to-left
and picked the first numeric cell as the amount, so on the common
...;Belopp;Saldo layout it grabbed the trailing running-balance column.
Extract the guess into a pure, tested suggestColumnMapping(): match
header labels first (belopp/amount -> amount, saldo/balance -> balance),
auto-fill the balance field, and fall back to value heuristics that skip
the balance column and prefer a column carrying negative values.

Also surface stats.skipped_rows + parse warnings in BankFileConfirmStep -
the manual-mapping path skips the preview step that was the only place
they showed, so skipped rows were silently dropped from view.

Add a unit test reproducing the Saldo-as-amount regression.

* feat: add "Save as draft" functionality for invoices

- Implemented a new feature to allow users to save invoices as unnumbered drafts without generating an invoice number until finalized.
- Added a `save_as_draft` flag to the CreateInvoiceInput schema to handle draft saving logic.
- Updated the invoice creation API to skip number allocation when saving as a draft.
- Introduced a new endpoint for finalizing drafts, which allocates an invoice number and emits an `invoice.created` event.
- Enhanced the UI to include a "Save as draft" button, with loading states and tooltips.
- Updated tests to cover the new draft saving and finalization logic, including race conditions for concurrent modifications.
- Added relevant error handling for draft finalization and deletion scenarios.

* feat(employee): add employment start and end date fields to employee forms

* feat: enhance invoice and salary run handling with improved validation and event logging

Jakob Wennberg 0b86901a2b Enforce MFA on critical mutation routes + post-audit foundation (A1) (#646)
* feat(lib): add canonical money + format + fetch primitives (audit Tier 0)

Foundation for post-audit cleanup: shared primitives so subsequent refactors import one helper instead of reinventing (the duplication the audit found).

- lib/money.ts: canonical roundOre/ORE_TOLERANCE (+ equalOre/isZeroOre/sumOre); lib/bokslut/rounding.ts re-exports for back-compat
- lib/utils.ts: formatAmount, formatWholeKr, formatDateTime
- lib/hooks/use-fetch.ts: generic client fetch hook (abort, bilingual errors, refetch)
- components/common/DataState.tsx: loading/error/empty wrapper over Skeleton/EmptyState
- messages: common.retry / common.load_error (sv+en)
- tests: 16 tests incl. the 1.005 half-ore case and locale-robust format assertions

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* ci(guards): ratchet against new MFA-bypassing routes and naive ore-rounding

Adds scripts/checks/no-new-antipatterns.mjs + committed baseline. Fails CI only when a PR ADDS a route hand-rolling supabase.auth.getUser() (which skips MFA AAL2 enforcement) or a new Math.round(x*100)/100. Baseline: 178 raw-auth routes, 668 naive rounds — ratchets down as the A1 (route-auth) and D1 (rounding) migrations land. Wired into core-build.yml; green at baseline.

Note: scripts/ is gitignored (.gitignore:70 '/scripts') yet tracks 39 files via force-add; these two were force-added to match that existing pattern.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(api, errors): enforce MFA on journal-entry mutation routes via withRouteContext (A1)

Migrates the 4 journal-entry mutation routes (commit, correct, reverse, recordate) off hand-rolled supabase.auth.getUser() onto withRouteContext, which enforces MFA AAL2 (requireAuth) + non-viewer role (requireWrite) and routes thrown errors through the canonical errorResponse envelope. Fixes audit finding A1 for the most compliance-critical mutations and folds in C8 for these routes (drops bookkeepingErrorResponse; they now emit message_en).

Also fixes a latent bug: errorResponse()/extractBookkeepingDetails only handled 11 of 15 typed bookkeeping errors, so MeaninglessCorrection / NoOpenPeriodForDate / TargetPeriodClosed / TargetPeriodLocked silently degraded to a generic 500 (affecting existing v1 callers too). Adds the 4 missing registry codes + extract cases -> correct 400/409.

Behavior change: untyped engine throws now return the canonical 500 envelope instead of 400+raw-string; typed errors keep their status (verified against the registry). Tests updated to the realistic typed-error contract + a 403 write-gate test on commit. Updates .claude/rules/api-routes.md to prescribe withRouteContext. Ratchets the antipattern guard 178 -> 174. Full unit suite green (5023); tsc: no new errors.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(api): enforce MFA on salary run authorization routes via withRouteContext (A1)

Migrates the salary-run lifecycle write routes (approve, paid, revert) — the highest-PII A1 surface — off hand-rolled supabase.auth.getUser() onto withRouteContext (enforces MFA AAL2 + non-viewer role). Explicit { error } returns are preserved unchanged (passed through the wrapper); only auth changes, so no error-shape regression. Salary unit suite green (8). Ratchets the antipattern guard 174 -> 171.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* review: address PR #646 bot findings

- guard: match withRouteContext/requireAuth at the CALL site (withRouteContext[<(]), not a bare import — closes the false-negative greptile flagged. It surfaced app/api/sandbox/seed (hand-rolled getUser; the loose regex had matched a code comment). Switched that route to requireAuth() — the documented stopgap for routes that can't use withRouteContext (it runs before a company exists; anonymous users, so MFA is a no-op but the auth path is now consistent). Guard stays at 171.
- money.test: add the negative half-ore case roundOre(-1.005) === -1 to lock the rounding direction against regressions.
- use-fetch: document keep-previous-data + deferred-loading (effect-tick) semantics.
- structured-errors: drop the BFL 5 kap. 5 § citation from MEANINGLESS_CORRECTION per the swedish-compliance bot (5 § governs correction procedure, not the no-op precondition).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* review: enrich wrapper error logging + document sandbox GDPR controls (PR #646)

- with-route-context: log unhandled errors and route errorResponse through the resolved { userId, companyId } logger, not just { requestId, operation } — closes the OWASP V16 audit-trail finding for all 82+ routes using the wrapper. Documented in the JSDoc.
- sandbox/seed: document the GDPR Art.32 compensating controls for the anonymous write path (anonymous-only, /24 rate limit, synthetic demo data, own-company RLS scope). No functional change — the flagged behaviour is pre-existing by design; this records the reasoning inline.

Mattsson ea1bf01f1e Fix/m sprint fixes (#613)
* fix(dashboard): exclude ignored and already-triaged transactions from stale count

The "Gamla transaktioner" widget counted transactions that had been ignored
or already marked as is_business=true but not yet booked, so users saw a
nag for a row they had already dealt with — and the /transactions inbox
correctly hid it. Align the count with the inbox criterion (is_business
IS NULL, is_ignored = false) so the widget clears when the row leaves
the inbox.

* fix(transactions): read entity_type from settings response wrapper

The transactions page read entityRes.entity_type directly, but
/api/settings returns { data: { entity_type, ... } }. The expression
was always undefined, so setEntityType never fired and entityType
stayed at its initial 'enskild_firma'. The template picker's
entity_type filter then dropped every aktiebolag-tagged user template
for AB customers — only entity_type='all' templates made it through.

Jakob Wennberg ccdfed5fea feat: voucher linking, recovery ops, and salary overrides (#591)
* feat: voucher linking, recovery ops, and salary overrides

Adds reversible/correction-style write paths that customers and agents have
been asking for, plus per-run salary employee overrides.

Invoice → voucher linking
- POST /api/invoices/[id]/link-to-voucher and
  GET /api/invoices/[id]/voucher-candidates
- lib/invoices/voucher-matching.ts with full + pg test coverage
- LinkVoucherPicker UI in PaymentBookingDialog
- pending_operations.operation_type expanded with link_invoice_voucher
(medium risk) and a (journal_entry_id, invoice_id) unique guard
- MCP: gnubok_find_voucher_candidates_for_invoice and
  gnubok_link_invoice_to_voucher tools

SIE undo
- POST /api/import/sie/[id]/undo + undo_sie_import RPC
- sie_imports.status gains 'undone'
- ImportResultStep surfaces the action; structured error SIE_UNDO_FAILED

Edit-recreate journal entries
- POST /api/bookkeeping/journal-entries/[id]/edit-recreate
- Bookkeeping detail page wires it into the existing edit flow

Delete-last-voucher clears IB link
- Trigger + pg test ensure deleting the last voucher of a period nulls the
  opening_balance_journal_entry_id link so a re-import lands cleanly

Salary employee overrides
- salary_run_employees gains per-run override fields + migration
- lib/salary/effective-values.ts centralises resolved values; all payslip,
payment, AGI, KU, and booking routes read through it
- SalaryOverridePanel on the employee detail page

Account classifier
- lib/bookkeeping/account-classifier.ts + tests; AddAccountDialog uses it
- backfill-import-accounts script updated

Misc
- toast: minor styling tweak
- AGI generate-declaration: respect effective values
- structured-errors: new LINK_INVOICE_VOUCHER namespace

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat: add link_invoice_voucher operation type to pending_operations

* feat: refactor salary run calculations and update error handling for SIE imports

* fix: PR review feedback on voucher linking and SIE recovery

pg-real (blocking):
- tests/pg/delete-last-voucher-ib: drop posted_at = now() from the seed
  UPDATE — journal_entries has no posted_at column.
- lib/invoices/__tests__/voucher-matching.pg: seed the posted voucher
before closing the fiscal period so enforce_period_lock doesn't block
  the INSERT during setup.

voucher-matching error codes and rollback:
- Add LINK_VOUCHER_DB_ERROR (HTTP 500) and return it on real invoice
UPDATE / payment INSERT failures. Previously these returned
  LINK_VOUCHER_VOUCHER_NOT_FOUND (404) which the pending-op dispatcher
  auto-rejects on transient DB errors.
- Log rollback failures explicitly so an invoice left in a half-linked
state (advanced status, no payment row) surfaces for manual
  reconciliation instead of disappearing silently.

resyncNextPeriodOpeningBalance ordering:
- Create the new IB first, relink the period FK, then storno the old IB.
Previously the storno ran first; if createJournalEntry failed the next
period was left with a reversed IB and nothing to replace it, and
executeSIEImport swallows the error as a non-fatal warning.

replace_period_opening_balance_link:
- Tighten role check to owner/admin (was owner/admin/member). Matches
  delete_last_voucher and undo_sie_import.

Data minimisation:
- /api/invoices/[id]/voucher-candidates and the matching MCP tools now
project only the invoice and customer fields the matcher reads, instead
of returning the full customer row.

Schema bounds:
- SalaryEmployeeOverrideSchema caps each numeric override at 10 MSEK to
catch typos before they reach the ledger or AGI.

* fix(tests): supply user_id when seeding voucher_sequences

voucher_sequences.user_id is NOT NULL (per the multi-tenant refactor in
20260330130000). The previous test seed only set company_id /
fiscal_period_id / voucher_series, which made the seed fail with a
constraint violation on the latest pg-real run. Pass the same userId
used elsewhere in the seed helper.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(tests): scope delete-last-voucher RPC assertions inside the tx

withUserContext always ROLLBACKs, so any DELETE the RPC performs is
discarded when the callback returns. The previous test then queried
journal_entries via a fresh getPool() connection that only saw the
pre-RPC committed seed state — hence "expected '1' to be '0'".

Move every post-RPC assertion (entry count, period FK clear,
opening_balances_set flip, audit log entry, sie_imports clear) inside
the same withUserContext callback so they observe the uncommitted state
before ROLLBACK fires.

Also fix the sie_imports INSERT: the column is `filename`, not
`file_name`, and `sie_type` is NOT NULL.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(tests): assert against the IB-marker audit row directly

DELETE on journal_entries fires two audit_log writes: the generic
write_audit_log() trigger row ("Deleted journal_entries record") and the
delete_last_voucher RPC's explicit "(was period IB)" entry. Both land
at the same statement_timestamp(), so ORDER BY created_at DESC LIMIT 1
returned the trigger row non-deterministically in CI.

Switch to a presence check with a LIKE filter on the IB marker so the
test verifies what it actually cares about — that the RPC's IB-aware
audit row exists.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(db): set company_id on delete_last_voucher audit_log rows

20260528120000_delete_last_voucher_clears_ib_link.sql inserts directly
into audit_log without setting company_id. audit_log's SELECT policy
filters company_id IN user_company_ids(), so those rows landed with
company_id=NULL and were invisible to every reader — only the generic
write_audit_log() trigger row remained visible. That broke BFL audit-
trail intent: the "(was period IB)" provenance row was never readable.

Republish delete_last_voucher with p_company_id populated on both
audit_log INSERTs (draft path and posted path). Behavior is otherwise
unchanged; the pg-real test for the IB-clear flow now sees the
RPC-written marker row as expected.

Mattsson a9b43ebeb7 Bug/vat selection warning (#583)
* refactor: update VAT handling logic for non-registered sellers and improve related comments

* chore: gate automated email flows behind 503 responses

Disables user-facing access to invoice payment reminders and salary
payslip email sending. Underlying lib code (reminder-processor,
PDF templates, notification_settings) is preserved for easy re-enable.

- Invoice reminders cron route returns 503; settings UI section removed.
- Payslip send route returns 503; original implementation kept as

- Push notifications were already extension-disabled, no change needed.

* feat: reject meaningless rättelser in correctEntry

Guard against zero-economic-effect corrections in the storno engine:
- Reject when proposed lines net to zero on every account (e.g. 1930
debit 100 / 1930 credit 100), which would erase the original posting
without representing any affärshändelse (BFL 5 kap. 5 §).
- Reject when proposed lines are an exact multiset match of the original
entry — a rättelse must actually change something.

New MeaninglessCorrectionError wired through bookkeepingErrorResponse
(HTTP 400) and the Swedish error translator.

* feat: add date-range picker to resultat- and balansrapport

Adds optional from/to date filtering to the four operational financial
reports (resultatrapport, balansrapport, income-statement, balance-sheet)
so users can view a month, quarter, or custom range inside a fiscal year
without leaving the report. Defaults to YTD; "Hela året" preserves the
prior full-period behaviour (URL-identical, cache-stable).

- trial-balance engine accepts optional fromDate/toDate, rolling prior
in-period activity into IB and clamping period activity to the window
- 12 API routes accept and validate from_date/to_date query params
- ReportDateRange chip picker persists preset per company, only renders
  on the four relevant tabs
- FiscalYearSelector now emits the period object so the range picker
has bounds without an extra fetch
- PDF/XLSX filenames reflect the chosen range
- Resultatrapport drops the prior-year column when narrowed (full-year
  vs partial-year would mislead)
- 11 new tests (engine + parser); all existing report tests pass

* feat: add support for marking journal entries as "no document required"

- Introduced a new sidecar table `journal_entry_no_doc_required` to track entries that do not require separate documentation (e.g., bank fees, interest).
- Implemented API routes for creating and deleting exemptions, including validation and authorization checks.
- Added a toggle component in the UI to allow users to mark entries as exempt, with an optional reason.
- Updated relevant tests to cover the new functionality, including RLS checks and cascading deletes.
- Enhanced existing schemas and types to accommodate the new `vat_amount` field for supplier invoice items.

* fix: address PR review findings on no-doc-required + VAT changes

- pg-real cascade test wraps DELETE in gnubok.allow_delete='true' txn so the
immutability trigger bypass fires (mirrors delete_last_voucher RPC).
- Clamp supplier-invoice item vat_amount to <= line_total * vat_rate via Zod
refinement (with 1-öre rounding tolerance) so the manual override can't
inflate the 2641 debit beyond the statutory ceiling.
- groupVatByRate falls back to line_total * rate when stored vat_amount is 0
with a positive rate, so legacy/import paths leaving the column at its
NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 don't silently understate ruta 48.
- ReportDateRange todayIso() and preset endpoints use local date components
instead of toISOString() (UTC) — fixes the midnight-to-02:00 off-by-one
  that truncated a day from YTD / this-month / this-quarter for Swedish
  users.
- NoDocRequiredToggle restores the previous reason on failed POST/DELETE so
the rolled-back toggle state stays consistent with the rendered reason.
- Document the company-scoped (not user-scoped) DELETE authorization policy
  on the no-document-required route.

Jakob Wennberg fbf8348ca3 feat(api): Phase 5 PR-2 — payroll lifecycle (calculate, approve, mark-paid, book, generate-agi) (#489)
* feat(api): Phase 5 PR-2 — payroll lifecycle verbs (calculate, approve, mark-paid, book, generate-agi)

5 new v1 endpoints + the two engine extractions (lib/salary/run-calculation.ts
and lib/salary/agi/generate-declaration.ts) that let the v1 routes call the
exact same code the dashboard's internal /calculate and /agi/xml use.
Internal routes refactored to thin wrappers over the helpers — byte-equivalent
behavior, no orchestration duplication.

Endpoints (5):
- POST /salary-runs/{id}/calculate
Runs the per-employee math via runSalaryCalculation (the same helper the
dashboard /calculate uses), then advances status draft → review in a
  single agent-friendly verb (collapses internal /calculate + /review).
Surfaces F-skatt 'not_verified' employees as warnings alongside calc
  warnings (tax-table fallback, läkarintyg day-8, FK day-15).
- POST /salary-runs/{id}/approve
Validates bank details + calculation_breakdown on every employee, returns
the COMPLETE list of issues on failure (not just the first). Optimistic-
  lock on status='review'. Emits salary_run.approved.
- POST /salary-runs/{id}/mark-paid
  Stamps paid_at + advances approved → paid. paid_at is server-side; the
API doesn't accept a body-supplied date to keep BFL audit clean.
- POST /salary-runs/{id}/book (highest-risk verb)
  Engine-touching. checkPeriodLock pre-check on payment_date so PERIOD_LOCKED
returns structured fiscal_period_id instead of a generic engine error.
createSalaryRunEntries posts 2-4 verifikationer (salary + avgifter +
  optional vacation + optional pension). Optimistic-lock status='paid' →
'booked'. Strict-mode: engine throws abort BEFORE the salary_runs status
flip — no partial-state recovery banners; agent retries cleanly.
Inline audit block surfaces the salary verifikation's voucher_number +
  URL on success.
- POST /salary-runs/{id}/generate-agi
Sync (sub-second). The plan's "(async)" annotation was based on an
incorrect assumption — using the operations substrate here would be
over-engineering; documented as a deliberate deviation. Generates the
Skatteverket AGI XML via generateAgiDeclaration, returns the XML
embedded as a string field in the v1 JSON envelope (so request_id +
audit headers are preserved). Status gate matches the dashboard:
  review|approved|paid|booked|corrected. AGI_INCOMPLETE_DATA returns
400 with missing_fields when company contact info is missing.

Engine extractions (both follow the same discriminated-union pattern):

  runSalaryCalculation(args) → { ok: true; run; warnings } | { ok: false; code; details?; status? }
  generateAgiDeclaration(args) → { ok: true; xml; agiDeclarationId; ... } | { ok: false; code; details?; status? }

The internal dashboard routes refactor to thin wrappers (29 lines and 60
lines respectively, vs the original 557 and 320). The extracted helpers
take plain args (supabase, companyId, userId, log, requestId) so they're
testable independently of either route layer.

PR-1 carry-overs landed in this PR:
- vaxa_stöd date validation in CreateEmployeeSchema (require start when
eligible; reject end < start). The birth-year age gate stays at the
calculation layer because it depends on the run's payment_year.
- SALARY_RUN_DELETE_HAS_JOURNAL_ENTRY distinct error code for the FK-null
guard on salary-runs DELETE (PR-1 review feedback: an operator seeing
this in logs should immediately know a verifikation may be attached,
not just that the status raced).
- 3 new structured-error codes: AGI_INCOMPLETE_DATA, COMPANY_NOT_FOUND,
  SALARY_RUN_DELETE_HAS_JOURNAL_ENTRY.

State machine wired end-to-end:
  create → draft → calculate → review → approve → approved → mark-paid →
paid → book → booked → generate-agi (XML available from review onward)

Each verb's optimistic-lock UPDATE filters on the predecessor status so a
concurrent caller (or replay racing the first) yields a clean 409 rather
than a silent overwrite. The :book verb has a known partial-state edge
case if the engine commits but the salary_runs row UPDATE fails: the
verifikationer exist with voucher numbers but the salary_runs row isn't
linked — logged loudly so an operator runs a manual reconciliation. This
matches the dashboard's existing behavior.

Tests:
- 16 new lifecycle integration tests (auth, state-machine enforcement,
  strict-mode, period-lock, audit block, AGI gate, dry-run)
- Existing PR-1 tests updated for the SALARY_RUN_DELETE_HAS_JOURNAL_ENTRY
  swap (1 test edit)
- 34 total salary-run tests pass (was 17 in PR-1)
- 250 total v1 tests pass; 490 across v1 + salary
- All type-checks clean

Deferred to Phase 5 PR-3 (next, last Phase 5 PR — combining import + reports):
- :correct verb (storno + new draft run for booked salary corrections)
- SIE + bank async imports
- All lib/reports/* exposed as GET /reports/<name>

* refactor(api): address PR-489 review round 1 — defense-in-depth filters + maybeSingle + vaxa_stöd UPDATE + V1.2.5 sanitisation

Triage of bot reviews on PR-489 first round (Compliance Swarm 11 findings,
Swedish-compliance 7, Greptile 3 inline P1/P2 + summary):

FIXED (real bugs):

- **Greptile P1 — salary_runs totals UPDATE missing company_id filter**
(lib/salary/run-calculation.ts:586). The final UPDATE on salary_runs
ran with only `.eq('id', id)` even though the surrounding code knows
the company_id. RLS would have blocked a cross-tenant write, but
CLAUDE.md mandates every write carry the company_id filter
explicitly as defense-in-depth. Added .eq('company_id', companyId).

- **Greptile P2 — roster query missing company_id filter**
  (lib/salary/run-calculation.ts:116). Same pattern on the
  salary_run_employees SELECT. Added .eq('company_id', companyId).

- **Compliance Swarm V8.2.1 — approve route's roster query missing
  company_id filter** (app/api/v1/.../salary-runs/[id]/approve/route.ts).
Same defense-in-depth rule. Added the explicit filter.

- **Greptile P2 — agi/generate-declaration.ts existing-AGI check
uses .single()**. Single() throws PGRST116 row-not-found on the
first-time generation path (which is by far the most common).
  maybeSingle() returns null cleanly. Swapped.

- **Greptile summary + Swedish bot — UpdateEmployeeSchema missing
vaxa_stöd date validation**. CreateEmployeeSchema got the
  vaxa_stod_start required + end>=start check in PR-1; the UPDATE
schema was missed. Added a schema-level check that fires when the
body explicitly sets both vaxa_stod_eligible=true AND
vaxa_stod_start=null/empty (a clear orphaning intent) OR carries
both start + end with end < start. The harder merged-state case
(PATCH sets eligible=true with no start in body, relying on the
existing column to have a value) is checked at the route layer in
employees/[id]/route.ts — it can see the merged state, the schema
  cannot.

- **OWASP V1.2.5 Content-Disposition injection on AGI download**
  (app/api/salary/runs/[id]/agi/xml/route.ts). The orgNumber and
period values are interpolated into the Content-Disposition header.
Both come from server-side data (company_settings + run columns)
rather than user input, but defense-in-depth dictates sanitisation
before splicing into a header. Strip everything but [0-9A-Za-z-]
from orgNumber and digits-only for the period. Same sanitisation
applied to the v1 :generate-agi `xml_filename` response field so
agents that re-emit Content-Disposition downstream are safe by
  default.

DOCUMENTED (architectural floor / pre-existing dashboard behavior):

- **Concurrent :book engine-call race** (Greptile summary). The
engine commits 2-4 verifikationer BEFORE the optimistic-lock
status flip — two concurrent callers could both commit JEs and
only the first's status flip succeeds. The internal dashboard
/book has the same race; the v1 plan explicitly documents the
strict-mode reconciliation path (log loudly, operator runs manual
reconciliation). A real fix needs either a transient 'booking'
status (CHECK constraint change + new migration) or a database
advisory lock — both substantially larger than this PR. Tracked
  for a future hardening pass.

- **vaxa_stod → 'standard' AGI category mapping** (Swedish bot).
The internal route had this same mapping; the extraction
inherited it. vaxa_stod should likely map to the youth/reduced
bracket. Engine-layer fix — out of v1 PR-2 scope, dashboard
  parity preserved.

- **AGI correction path overwrites corrects_agi_id null** (Swedish
bot). Same as internal route — UPSERT with is_correction=true
rather than insert-new. Per BFL 5 kap 5§ the original
räkenskapsinformation should be preserved. Engine-layer concern.

- **AGI status gate allows review** (Swedish bot). Dashboard
behavior; tightening to approved+ is a design call the v1 plan
  defers.

- **sjuklonRate fallback 0.80** (Swedish bot). Pre-existing engine
default. Doesn't ship in this PR.

- **Compliance Swarm V8.2.1 path-based tenant check** (book route).
Recurring false positive per the documented architectural floor.
The withApiV1 wrapper resolves companyId from the URL AND verifies
company_members membership before any handler sees the context.

- **V16.1 eventBus emit swallowed**. Documented as best-effort in
the plan; webhook delivery hardening lives in Phase 6.

- **V2.4 rate limiting at route level**. Documented as Upstash
  Redis follow-up in the plan.

- **Detail endpoint full personnummer / bank_account_number**.
Documented design decision (deliberate drill-in pattern, matches
dashboard). CC6.3 segregation-of-duties is an architectural
  decision deferred.

Test count: 38 (unchanged — fixes are all internal). 250 v1 tests pass.
490 across v1 + lib/salary. Type-check clean.

* refactor(ui): switch extension workspace shells to PageHeader + trim TicWorkspace status row

Two unrelated UI cleanups carried in alongside the Phase 5 PR-2 work
because they were sitting in the working tree from a parallel session
and the user asked to include them in this PR rather than ship a
separate UI PR.

- **ExtensionWorkspaceShell**: drop the bespoke icon + h1 + description
block in favor of the project's standard PageHeader primitive +
MainContainer-style padding. Removes the 12×12 rounded-xl icon chip
(the editorial-monochrome design refresh in PR #473 dropped these
from every other surface). Net: 19 → 6 lines of layout code per
  extension page.

- **TicWorkspace**: drop the top status-row (Aktiv badge + F-skatt /
Moms / Arbetsgivare registration badges + "Uppdaterad N min sedan"
timestamp). The registration values fold into the company-info
card's CardDescription as a contextual aside; the avregistrerat
state inlines as a destructive-tone suffix next to the orgNumber.
Simpler header surface, fewer redundant badges.

No functional change beyond layout; the underlying data fetch + status
state machine are untouched.

* refactor(api): address PR-489 review round 2 — AGI INSERT race fallback to UPDATE branch

Compliance Swarm went 11 → 13 between rounds (the documented bot
oscillation pattern: once the actionable items are fixed, the bot
surfaces new architectural-floor concerns). Of the 13 round-2 findings,
12 are recurring noise / documented architectural decisions / false
positives; 1 is real and shipped here.

FIXED:

- **Swedish bot — agi_declarations INSERT 23505 race**
  (lib/salary/agi/generate-declaration.ts). The existing-AGI lookup
uses .maybeSingle() (PR-489 round-1 fix), but a TOCTOU window
remains: two concurrent :generate-agi calls for the same
(company, period) can both find no existing row, both try INSERT,
and the second hits the unique constraint. Previously surfaced as
  a generic DATABASE_ERROR. Now: catch error.code === '23505',
re-fetch the now-existing row via .maybeSingle(), and fall back
to the UPDATE branch with is_correction=true. The caller of the
second call gets the success path; the agi_declarations row
reflects the second caller's XML. opLog.warn surfaces the race
  for observability.

Limitation noted in code: the `isCorrection` flag returned to the
caller is captured before the INSERT branch (based on the pre-
INSERT lookup), so the race-recovery path reports isCorrection=
false in the response even though the row is marked is_correction
=true in the DB. Edge case limited to the race window; next call
for the same period sees the row and reports correctly.

DOCUMENTED (architectural floor / pre-existing dashboard parity /
false positives — same triage method as PR-1's round-3 commit):

- **V8.2.1 agi/xml legacy companyId** — false positive. The thin
wrapper passes companyId from requireCompanyId(), and the helper
itself carries `.eq('company_id', companyId)` on every query —
  cross-tenant access is impossible.

- **V8.2.1 `ctx.companyId!` non-null assertion** — defense-in-depth
paranoia. The withApiV1 wrapper already verifies
company_members membership before any handler sees ctx; the type
system proves companyId is set when the route runs. Adding `if
(!ctx.companyId) return UNAUTHORIZED` is dead code.

- **V2.3 calculate race** — false positive. The route DOES
  optimistic-lock on `.eq('status', 'draft')` when flipping
  draft→review (see calculate/route.ts line ~206), and treats
  count=0 as 409 SALARY_RUN_CALCULATE_NOT_DRAFT. The worst
case (two helpers run concurrently before either flips status)
produces correct final state because the calculation is
replacement-not-additive: line items are DELETEd before
re-INSERTing, totals are recomputed from scratch.

- **V4.5 PATCH merges raw body** — false positive. The for-loop
  iterates `Object.entries(body)` where `body` IS the Zod-parsed
  output (`parsed.data`), not rawBody.

- **V16 approve event-emit swallow** — best-effort by design,
documented in the plan (webhook delivery hardening lives in
  Phase 6).

- **Art.5(1)(c) approve fetches email for null-check** — minimal
surface; the same query loads other employee fields anyway. The
alternative (.is.null filter) would mean an additional round-
  trip. Out of scope.

- **Art.5(1)(f) generate-agi XML in JSON envelope** — deliberate
design documented in commit body; agents extract data.xml and
forward. Restricting to a separate download endpoint would
double the API surface for marginal benefit.

- **Art.25 orgNumber in JSON envelope** — orgNumber is publicly
available data (Bolagsverket public record). Exposing it in the
response lets agents construct xml_filename without parsing the
  XML.

- **A.8.11 personnummer in AGI XML** — required by Skatteverket's
AGI schema (specifikationsnummer + personnummer per employee in
  the IU section). Not removable.

- **A.5.34 PATCH error response includes `existing`** — false
positive. The PATCH validation-error path returns
  `{field, message}` via v1ErrorResponseFromCode, never serializes
  the loaded `existing` record.

- **A.8.15 / A.8.33 / Art.5(1)(c) test fixtures** — recurring
  noise. SAMPLE_PERSONNUMMER is already 190001010000 (year 1900);
test emails are clearly synthetic (anna@test). The bot
oscillates between "use synthetic" and "use placeholder" — we're
  already using synthetic.

- **Swedish bot — vaxa_stod birth-year gate / vaxa_stod →
standard AGI category / sjuklonRate snapshot stale / AGI status
  gate review / BFL 5 kap engine-commit-before-status-flip** —
all engine-layer concerns or dashboard parity issues from PR-2's
original triage. Documented in the original commit body; no
  change in this round.

Tests: 38 lifecycle (unchanged). 250 v1 / 490 v1+salary. Type-check
clean.

* refactor(api): address PR-489 review round 3 — totals consistency, userId removal, V3.2 citation

Compliance Swarm went 13 → 14 between rounds — still oscillating UP rather
than down (bot reactive to changes, surfaces new architectural-floor
concerns as old ones resolve). Of the 14 round-3 findings, 11 are
recurring noise / false positives / documented architectural decisions;
3 small fixes shipped here.

FIXED:

- **Swedish bot — total_avgifter denormalisation drift**
  (lib/salary/agi/generate-declaration.ts). The 3 `agi_declarations`
writes (correction-UPDATE, fresh INSERT, race-recovery UPDATE) all
wrote `run.total_avgifter` (the run-level denormalised total
computed during :calculate as sum-then-round). The XML, however,
uses `totals.totalAvgifterAmount` (per-category sum from the
avgifterByCategory loop — round-then-sum). These should agree but
can drift by öre under different rounding orders. Now all three
writes use `totals.totalAvgifterAmount` so the persisted
agi_declarations row aligns with what Skatteverket sees in the XML.

- **Art.5(1)(c) — userId removed from runSalaryCalculation signature**
(lib/salary/run-calculation.ts). The helper accepted `userId` but
was already aliasing it as `_userId` to mark it unused. Per the
privacy minimisation principle (only pass identifiers to functions
that actually use them), userId is gone from the helper's parameter
surface. The two callers (internal /calculate, v1 :calculate) drop
  the argument.

- **OWASP citation correction — V1.2.5 → V3.2/V4**
  (app/api/salary/runs/[id]/agi/xml/route.ts +
  app/api/v1/.../salary-runs/[id]/generate-agi/route.ts). V1.2.5
is SQL/command injection; the actual control for HTTP response
header sanitisation is V3.2 (output encoding) / V4 (general access
control). Comment-only fix; sanitisation code itself was already
  correct.

DOCUMENTED (architectural floor / false positives — same triage method):

- **V4.5 PATCH .strict()** — false positive. Zod's default for
  z.object() STRIPS unknown keys (it doesn't pass them through);
my rawKeys filter further restricts to body-supplied keys. The
`updates` object that reaches Supabase can only contain
schema-known, body-supplied fields. No additional .strict()
  needed.

- **Art.5(1)(f) book first_name/last_name in JEs** — false positive.
My :book route's roster query selects `employee:employees(employment_type)`
only — no name fields are loaded or written.

- **V8.2.1 path-based tenant check** — recurring (3rd repeat). The
wrapper resolves companyId from the URL AND verifies
company_members membership before any handler runs.

- **V2.3 warnings as blockers** — design decision. Tax-table fallback
and läkarintyg warnings are advisory; blocking would diverge from
  the dashboard.

- **Art.5(1)(c) approve fetches employee email for null-check** —
minimal surface; same query loads other employee fields.

- **Art.5(1)(b) XML in JSON envelope** — deliberate design (3rd
  repeat). Documented in commit.

- **Art.25(2) userEmail fallback** — false positive. The helper
already prefers `settings?.email` over user.email; the
  fallback chain is documented.

- **Art.32 test fixture Bearer token** — paranoia. Literally
  'test-fixture-not-a-real-key'.

- **A.8.15 event swallow** — best-effort by design (4th repeat).
Phase 6 webhook hardening covers this properly.

- **Swedish bot — vaxa-stöd age gate / AGI status gate / sjuklönekostnad
  21-day divisor / sjuklonRate 0.8 fallback** — all engine-layer
  concerns or dashboard parity issues. Tracked for engine PR queue;
not appropriate to fix in a v1 surface PR (would diverge from
  dashboard behavior).

Tests: 38 lifecycle (unchanged). 250 v1 / 490 v1+salary. Type-check
clean.

Compliance Swarm trajectory: 11 → 13 → 14. The count is oscillating
slightly upward as the bot finds new minor concerns each round; the
remaining items are the documented architectural floor (recurring
across all three rounds). Per the plan's merge-ready signal —
"when the count stops dropping between rounds, that's the merge-ready
signal" — and given two consecutive rounds have surfaced essentially
the same architectural floor with minor reshuffling, this is the
plateau.

Mattsson 980f29dae8 Bug/momsdeklaration skv (#449)
* fix(salary): show birthdate in masked personnummer, hide the 4-digit suffix

Flip the personnummer display format from XXXXXXXX-NNNN to YYYYMMDD-XXXX so
the sensitive 4-digit suffix is hidden while the (public) birthdate stays
visible. Affects the employees list/detail, salary run, payslip PDF, payslip
email, and the MCP server tools (list_employees, get_salary_run). Each call
site now decrypts the stored personnummer before masking.

* fix(transactions): allow deleting unbooked transactions from "Alla transaktioner"

The history list only let users delete via the inbox card; once a category or
mall was picked but the verifikation hadn't been created, the row showed
"Ej bokförd" with no way to remove it. The API already permits delete while
journal_entry_id is null, so the gap was purely a missing UI affordance.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(vat): populate ruta 20-24 for reverse charge + dishonest "Validera OK"

Three connected issues caused Skatteverket to reject momsdeklarationer
with FK004 even after our local "Validera"-knapp returned OK.

1. supplier-invoice-entries booked fiktiv moms (2614/2624/2634 + 2645/2647)
on reverse-charge invoices but never the underlying basbelopp on 44xx/45xx.
Ruta 30-32 filled up at SKV while ruta 20-24 stayed at 0 — SKV's FK004
("silent netting prohibited", ML 13 kap kräver båda sidor).

Fix: generateReverseChargeBasisLines in vat-entries.ts emits parallel
45xx/44xx debit + 4598 motkonto credit per rate group. Engine calls it
from registration, cash, and credit-note paths. Skipped when the user
booked the expense directly on a basis account to avoid double-counting.
4598 added to BAS reference (no migration needed; account_number is
   plain text on journal_entry_lines).

2. rutorToMomsuppgift rounded each ruta independently but computed
summaMoms from the unrounded ruta49. SKV recomputes the sum from
integer rutor on their side, so fractional öres caused ±1 SEK drift
   and SKV rejected with FK009.

Fix: derive summaMoms from the already-rounded VAT-amount rutor.

3. "Validera"-knappen only confirmed SKV's internal arithmetic — a
declaration with ruta 30-32 populated and ruta 20-24 empty validated
fine until /utkast hit FK004. Users got a false green light.

Fix: vat-declaration-checks.ts runs locally before the SKV call,
blocks Validera/Spara when ERROR-level findings exist, and surfaces
them in a separate "Lokala kontroller"-section. Success message
reworded so SKV's OK is no longer presented as filing-ready.

Tests: 4535/4536/4531/4425 lines + 4598 motkonto on EU/non-EU/byggtjänster
RC, credit-note reversal, fractional-öres summaMoms, all four pre-flight
codes (RC_BASIS_MISSING, RC_OUTPUT_MISSING, RC_INPUT_VAT_MISMATCH,
SUMMA_MOMS_DRIFT).

Backfill for already-posted entries follows in the next commit.

Mattsson 5725c25bf1 Logs/improved logging (#398)
* feat(mcp): add create_transactions tool with /pending approval gate

New MCP tool gnubok_create_transactions stages 1–10 transactions per call
as pending_operations of type create_transaction (risk: medium). Each item
becomes its own card on /pending; on confirm, the executor inserts the row
into transactions with import_source='mcp' so MCP-staged ingestion is
distinguishable from PSD2 sync. Designed for skill workflows that pull
external data (e.g., Airtable) and want the user to gate the writes.

* fix(bas): strip concatenated group headers from corrupted account names

A chart-data import bug had glued the next group's header onto the last
account in each preceding group across all eight bas-data class files
(e.g. account 2670 read "Utgående moms på försäljning inom EU, OSS 27
PERSONALENS SKATTER, AVGIFTER OCH LÖNEAVDRAG"). The corrupted names
surface in transaction dropdowns, ledgers, SIE exports and årsredovisning,
and risk VAT miscategorization on the OSS (2670) and blandad-verksamhet
(6999) accounts specifically.

- Cleans 69 account_name and 64 description fields across class-1..8 files
- Adds a regression test asserting no name contains a concatenated header
- Ships an idempotent safety-net migration that updates already-seeded
chart_of_accounts rows, gated on the corrupted string so user
  customizations are preserved

* feat(errors): add structured error codes and handling for various operations

- Introduced a new structured error registry in `structured-errors.ts` to standardize error handling across the application.
- Added Swedish and English messages for various error scenarios, including validation, authorization, and bookkeeping errors.
- Implemented a client-side error toast in `use-error-toast.ts` to display user-friendly error messages with remediation hints.
- Created a wrapper for recording operation outcomes in `record-operation.ts`, enhancing audit capabilities for operations.
- Developed a provider call wrapper in `with-provider-call.ts` to handle external HTTP calls with structured logging and error mapping.
- Added a new SQL migration to extend the processing history with new event types and aggregate types for better operational telemetry.

* Refactor supplier API routes to use context-based logging and error handling

- Replaced direct Supabase client usage in GET and POST routes with context-based approach using `withRouteContext`.
- Enhanced error handling to provide structured error responses for supplier creation and listing.
- Updated logging to include request IDs for better traceability.
- Introduced new error codes for supplier-related operations.
- Refactored tax deadlines cron job to utilize context and improved error handling.
- Updated ESLint configuration to enforce logging practices across API and lib directories.
- Enhanced arcim migration extension with structured error handling and logging.
- Added classification for provider errors to improve user-facing error messages.
- Introduced request ID in extension context for better log correlation.

* fix(route-context): update DynamicParams type for improved type safety in route handlers

* feat(transactions): add 'create_transaction' operation to PendingOperationType

* fix(route): ensure companyId is non-nullable in loadAndDeriveAbsence function

* fix(route-context): ensure companyId is always non-null by short-circuiting with COMPANY_CONTEXT_MISSING

Jakob Wennberg 432a8b60dc feat(skatteverket): rewrite AGI flow against real Skatteverket RAML (#391)
* feat(skatteverket): rewrite AGI flow against real Skatteverket RAML

The previous AGI client posted JSON to URL paths that don't exist on
Skatteverket's gateway and used invented field names. POST /underlag
actually accepts application/xml, and the lock/kvittenser operations
live on the separate hanteraredovisningsperiod API. Verified against
dev_docs/arbetsgivardeklaration-inlamning(1.7.7) and
arbetsgivardeklaration-hantera-redovisningsperiod(1.2.8) RAMLs.

- Replace fictional types with real schemas (kontrollresultat,
  granskningsunderlag, kvittenser, error envelope)
- Rewrite agi-client into 9 functions matching the documented flow:
  /underlag (XML) -> kontrollresultat -> spara -> skapaGranskningsunderlag
-> kvittenser, plus las/lasUpp on the hantera API
- Drop agi-mappers entirely; lib/salary/agi/xml-generator.ts already
produces schema-valid XML, so the extension just feeds
  agi_declarations.xml_content to POST /underlag
- Extend skvRequest with a contentType option so AGI can post XML
- AGIPanel state machine: underlag_submitted -> awaiting_signing ->
signed, with kontrollresultat polling and normalized findings
- Add the agd OAuth scope (confirmed from SKV's Tjanstebeskrivning
  Arbetsgivardeklaration inlamning v1.7, section 4.1.2.2)
- Add Skatteverket connect step to NewUserChecklist alongside the
existing SIE/old-system import and bank steps; track
  hasSkatteverketConnected in OnboardingProgress
- Update orchestrator route + tests to point at the new /agi/submit
  endpoint
- Declare new optional base-URL env vars in the manifest

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(skatteverket): address PR review findings on AGI flow

- Surface INCORRECT_DATA felrapport link in AGIPanel
skapaGranskningsunderlag returns 409 with a felrapport URL when SKV
rejects the underlag. The link was persisted as `signeringslank` with
status `underlag_rejected`, but the render condition only fired for
`awaiting_signing`, leaving the link unreachable. Add a distinct
destructive-styled block so the user can open the felrapport in Mina
  Sidor.

- /agi/underlag DELETE clears local submission state
Add optional `period` query param. When supplied, clear
`agi_submission_{period}` directly. When not, fall back to scanning
recent agi_submission_* keys for the matching inlamningId. Without
this, an aborted underlag left a stale `underlag_submitted` entry in
extension_data and the UI couldn't progress.

- Re-add salary-run status guard inside loadAGIXml
  The orchestrator at app/api/salary/runs/[id]/agi/submit/route.ts has
this check, but the extension endpoint is also reachable directly
from AGIPanel and must enforce it itself. Per BFL 5 kap and SFL
26 kap, AGI must reflect finalised payroll data; submitting from a
draft/cancelled run would emit incorrect figures.

- Move agi_declarations.status='exported' from /agi/submit to /agi/spara
Setting status on underlag-ingest was wrong because a DONE_REJECTED
kontrollresultat would leave the row falsely marked as exported. The
transition now happens only after the spara call commits the underlag
to Eget utrymme. /agi/spara accepts salaryRunId in the body for the
fast path and falls back to scanning agi_submission_* state otherwise.

- Move salary_runs.agi_submitted_at stamp to kvittenser observation
The orchestrator was stamping at underlag-ingest, but no later code
updated the column on signing. Removed the orchestrator stamp; the
/agi/kvittenser handler now stamps salary_runs.agi_submitted_at to
kvittens.signeradTid (mirroring SKV's own timestamp) when it pins
the receipt to the matching agi_declarations row.

- Tighten misleading JSDoc in agi-client.ts
taBortSparadInlamning is on the inlämning API, not hantera; the old
layout grouped it under a "hantera API" heading and tripped an
automated reviewer. Restructured into separate "period management"
  and "cleanup" blocks.

* fix(skatteverket): address Swedish compliance review on AGI flow

Follow-up to review on https://github.com/erp-mafia/gnubok/pull/391.

- Migration adds 'pending_signature' to agi_declarations.status
Reusing 'exported' for the spara→kvittens interval misstated the
filing outcome — Eget utrymme is a staging area, not a filing — which
  conflicts with BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8 / BFL 5 kap 5§ behandlingshistorik
  faithfulness. /agi/spara now sets 'pending_signature'; /agi/kvittenser
later promotes to 'submitted' when a uuidKvittens is observed.

- AGIPanel auto-polls /agi/kvittenser at 30s, 2 min and 5 min after the
  signing link is created
Previously the kvittens (and therefore salary_runs.agi_submitted_at)
was only stamped if the user manually returned to the panel and
clicked "Hämta kvittens". Without that follow-up the audit trail
showed a NULL submitted-at for an AGI that had actually been filed.
Background polls capture the kvittens for the common case where the
user signs in Mina Sidor and never returns to gnubok. Cleanup on
  unmount via useRef + useEffect.

- Distinct MISSING_SCOPE error code on 403 invalid_scope
Existing tokens lack the new 'agd' scope and surface as a generic
ACCESS_DENIED today. The compliance reviewer pointed out that
operators may interpret this as a data error and submit a corrected
AGI with altered figures. New SkatteverketAuthError code maps SKV's
invalid_scope body to a clear "reconnect via Inställningar →
Skatteverket" message; routes to 401 (token-level remediation).

- Refine deadline copy in AGIPanel
The standard AGI deadline is the 12th regardless of company size; the
17th only applies in January and August for employers with turnover
≤ 40 MSEK. Surface that nuance instead of saying just "12:e".

* fix(skatteverket): server-side kvittens reconciliation cron

Round 2 of compliance review on https://github.com/erp-mafia/gnubok/pull/391.

- /api/extensions/skatteverket/agi/kvittenser/cron
Walks every agi_declarations row in 'pending_signature' status, fetches
kvittenser via the matching token, and on a hit promotes the row to
'submitted' + stamps salary_runs.agi_submitted_at. Authoritative source
for the audit trail per BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8 / BFL 5 kap 5§ — the
AGIPanel client-side timers from the previous round remain as the
fast-path UX, but no longer carry the audit-trail responsibility on
their own. Per-row errors are skipped, not abort-the-run. 50s budget.
Scheduled every 2 hours in vercel.json.

- AGIStatus union now includes 'pending_signature'
Without this update, downstream code reading the union would have
rejected the new status as unknown. The migration extending the DB
CHECK constraint shipped in the previous commit; this brings the type
  layer into sync.

- Stale comment update in AGIPanel.tsx
Referred to status='exported' from before the rename. Now reads
'pending_signature', matching the actual handler behavior.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(skatteverket): close audit-trail gaps from compliance round 3

- Cron now writes submitted_by from the token-owning auth.users row
Previously left NULL with a "system actor" comment. The token row was
created when the operator authenticated with BankID, and the kvittens'
signeradAv refers to the same person — so writing the user_id from
skatteverket_tokens captures actor traceability without inventing a
system identity. Closes the BFL 5 kap 6§ / BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8 gap on
  cron-reconciled rows.

- /agi/spara monotonicity guard
Adds .in('status', ['generated', 'exported']) to the row update so a
delayed /agi/spara call after the cron (or interactive /agi/kvittenser)
has already promoted the row to 'submitted'/'accepted' won't silently
regress it back to 'pending_signature'. behandlingshistorik must
  advance only.

- DONE_REJECTED / DONE_FAILED → status='rejected'
/agi/kontrollresultat handler now flips the matching agi_declarations
row to 'rejected' on a terminal SKV failure, using the same
cached-submission-state lookup pattern /agi/spara already uses.
Without this the row sat at 'generated' indefinitely even though SKV
considered the underlag failed. Same monotonicity guard prevents
  regressing a successfully-filed row.

- Deadline criterion: lönesumma, not omsättning
  AGIPanel pendingText. SFL 26 kap's relaxed-deadline criterion (17:e
in Jan/Aug) is the employer's total taxable wages, not turnover.
  Internal reference (.claude/skills/swedish-payroll/references/agi-filing.md)
used the colloquial "turnover"; statutory wording is "lönesumma".

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(skatteverket): close round-4 audit-trail and UX gaps

- agi_submitted_at: NULL when signeradTid absent
Both /agi/kvittenser handler and the kvittens cron previously
fell back to new Date().toISOString() if SKV's kvittens lacked
signeradTid. Substituting wall-clock now() falsifies the filing
  moment in behandlingshistorik (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8 / BFL 5 kap 6§).
Now leaves the column NULL and logs a warning. Status flip to
'submitted' still happens — the audit gap was timing only.

- Proactive missing-agd-scope banner
SkatteverketConnectPanel and AGIPanel now warn when the stored
token lacks the agd scope. Tokens issued before the agd rollout
would otherwise 403 with invalid_scope at submission time, often
too close to the AGI deadline. SkatteverketConnectPanel mirrors
the existing "skattekonto saknas" pattern; AGIPanel surfaces a
banner in the connected state and links to /settings/skatteverket.

- Granskningsunderlag isError keys on tillstand only
Previous check mixed HTTP 409 with the INCORRECT_DATA tillstand
string. A future SKV addition like RECEIVING returned with HTTP
200 would have slipped through as awaiting_signing. Now keys
solely on tillstand: only LOCKED_FOR_SIGNING / UNLOCKED are
treated as signable; everything else (INCORRECT_DATA, RECEIVING,
  CALCULATING, SIGNING) routes to underlag_rejected.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(skatteverket): close round-5 audit-trail and recovery gaps

- agi_submitted_at: stamp with reconciliation time when signeradTid absent
Round 4 left the column NULL on missing signeradTid to avoid falsifying
the signing moment. Round 5 pointed out that NULL hides that the filing
*occurred* — also a behandlingshistorik integrity violation. Resolution:
presence of uuidKvittens proves SKV signed and accepted the AGI, so we
stamp with signeradTid || now() and warn-log when fallback is used.
Both /agi/kvittenser handler and the kvittens cron.

- Persist signeradAv + full kvittens in agi_declarations.response_data
submitted_by is the auth.users UUID we have on hand (the polling /
reconciling user). The legally load-bearing signer identity is
  kvittens.signeradAv (a personnummer) — which the token user_id does
NOT necessarily match (e.g. bookkeeper vs deklarationsombud). The
existing response_data jsonb column now holds the full kvittens record,
preserving signeradAv for the audit trail (BFL 5 kap 6§ / BFNAR 2013:2
kap 8) without a schema change. Cron path also marks reconciledBy='cron'.

- /agi/spara monotonicity: allow recovery from 'rejected'
Previously .in('status', ['generated', 'exported']) excluded rejected
rows, so a successful re-submission after a prior rejection couldn't
promote the row to pending_signature — it silently stayed rejected.
The xml-route reuses the same agi_declarations row when re-generating
XML, so this is the realistic recovery path. Added 'rejected' to the
allowed-from list. 'submitted'/'accepted' still blocked (no regression
  from filed states).

- Fix misleading agi-client.ts comment
Claimed users could "fix the errors in Mina Sidor" after a
DONE_REJECTED save. Mina Sidor doesn't expose in-place editing; the
correct recovery is to regenerate XML and resubmit. Updated the
agiSparaUnderlag JSDoc to describe the actual flow.

- Deadline copy: "vars sammanlagda lönesumma understiger 40 MSEK"
Reads more cleanly than "≤ 40 MSEK" and matches the phrasing the
  compliance reviewer suggested.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(skatteverket): tighten /agi/spara guard and clarify deadline copy (round 6)

- Drop 'exported' from /agi/spara allowed-from states
Audit confirmed no code path writes status='exported' today; the value
is preserved in the schema (and union) for the legacy manual-download
path that no longer has a writer. Allowing the spara handler to flip
an 'exported' row to 'pending_signature' would conflate two distinct
filing attempts on a single row, weakening the chain of custody (BFL
5 kap 6§). Tightened to .in(['generated', 'rejected']) — same recovery
path for re-submission after rejection, no path for the dormant state.

- Deadline copy: explicit "per år" qualifier
The 40 MSEK threshold is annual lönesumma, not per-payment. Adding
"per år" closes the (admittedly thin) misread the compliance reviewer
  flagged.

Jakob Wennberg f3fd4c0822 feat(salary, skatteverket): per-day absence + AGI Frånvarouppgift + skattekonto + hardening (#388)
* feat(salary): per-day absence tracking with calendar UX

Replace aggregated-day absence counts with per-day records so payroll
calculations can correctly enforce Swedish legal rules that depend on
actual dates: karensavdrag once per sjuklöneperiod, återinsjuknande
within 5 calendar days, allmänt högriskskydd cap of 10 karensavdrag per
rolling 12 months, day-8 läkarintyg flag, day-15 transition to
Försäkringskassan.

Adds:
- salary_absence_days table (RLS, dedup unique on employee+date+type)
- /api/salary/employees/[id]/absence CRUD route
- deriveAbsenceLineItems helper that walks per-day records into
sjuklöneperioder and emits correctly-classified line items, with the
existing absence-calculator formulas reused for VAB / parental
- Per-employee pay-spec detail page with month-grid AbsenceCalendar
- Calculate route now derives line items from the calendar before
running the salary engine, replacing the prior sumQuantity model
- Salary run GET surfaces the formatted Skatteverket arbetsgivare ID
so downstream UI can build extension URLs without a second round-trip
- GET /salary/runs/[id]/employees/[employeeId] for the detail page

Tests: 15 new unit tests covering segment merge, återinsjuknande
within 5 days, högriskskydd cap, FK transition flag, läkarintyg flag,
VAB/parental semesterlönegrundande ceilings.

* feat(skatteverket): harden API client + add NEXT_PUBLIC_SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED feature flag

Three hardening fixes from the prior audit, plus a runtime extension
toggle for phased rollout.

api-client.ts:
- Map 429 to a new SkatteverketAuthError code RATE_LIMITED with a
Swedish user message. The 4 req/sec local rate limiter normally
prevents this, but the per-consumer gateway quota can still hit.
- Extend the error union with TOKEN_CORRUPTED for the token-store fix
  below.

token-store.ts:
- Surface decryption failures instead of silently returning null. A
  rotated key or tampered ciphertext used to look like "not connected";
callers now get TOKEN_CORRUPTED with a clear "anslut igen med BankID"
message and a structured log line for ops.

Extension dispatcher (app/api/extensions/ext/[...path]/route.ts):
- Per-extension feature flag table. When NEXT_PUBLIC_SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED
is not exactly "true", the dispatcher returns 503 with code
EXTENSION_DISABLED, letting ops disable a single integration mid-
rollout without redeploying or removing it from extensions.config.json.
UI panels (SkatteverketPanel, AGIPanel) detect the 503 and render an
  empty state.

Tests: 7 api-client cases (401/403/403-Behörighet/429/5xx/200/auth-error
codes) + 2 token-store cases (no-row → null, corrupted → TOKEN_CORRUPTED).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(salary): emit AGI Frånvarouppgift per SKV 4785, add AGIPanel for one-click submission

AGI XML upgrade:
- Emit <gem:Franvarouppgift> top-level blocks for VAB and parental
leave events sourced from salary_absence_days, per SKV 4785 +
technical doc. Element order matches the spec example file.
TILLFALLIG_FORALDRAPENNING for VAB / FORALDRAPENNING for parental,
with FranvaroTimmarTFP (FK825) or FranvaroTimmarFP (FK827) for
hours. Stable 1-based specifikationsnummer per (employee, period),
date-sorted. Skipped entirely for periods before 202501.
- Sick days are NOT emitted (they go to Försäkringskassan).
- FK499 TotalSjuklonekostnad now derived from sick_day2_14.quantity
  × dailyRate × 0.80 instead of Math.abs(amount). The line-item
amount is the net deduction (lostPay − sjuklon), not the cost,
so the prior formula understated by a factor of four.

AGI submission UI:
- New AGIPanel mirroring SkatteverketPanel's validate → draft → lock
  → BankID-sign → poll-submitted flow. Detects 503 EXTENSION_DISABLED
and renders a clear empty state. Replaces the bare "Skicka till
Skatteverket" button on /salary/runs/[id], keeping the AGI XML
download as a sibling for archival / manual upload fallback.
- Salary run rows now link to the per-employee detail page added in
  the previous commit.

Tests: 14 new agi-xml cases covering element order, type↔hour-field
mapping, specifikationsnummer ordering, fractional-hour formatting,
range clamping (0.01-24.00), period guard at 202501 boundary,
placement after Blankett blocks, multi-employee date ordering,
required-fields invariant, omission when no events.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(skatteverket): skattekonto integration — read-only saldo + transactions, daily sync, per-row bokför

Adds read-only Skattekonto v2.1 access via the existing BankID OAuth
flow (extends the OAuth scope with `skattekonto`). Daily background
sync pulls saldo + transactions, dedupes on (company_id, dedup_key),
and surfaces the data in a /skattekonto dashboard plus a settings
panel for connection management.

Backend:
- skattekonto-client.ts: GET /skattekonton/{omfragad}/saldo and
/transaktioner. Felkod 1–5 mapped to Swedish messages via dedicated
  SkatteverketSkattekontoError.
- skattekonto-sync.ts: parallel saldo + transaktioner fetch, UPSERT
on (company_id, dedup_key) so kommande rows graduate to tidigare
in place. Dedup key uses transaktionsidentitet when available, else
sha256 of (date|amount|text). Caches saldo snapshot in extension_data.
  Emits skattekonto.synced / balance.changed (sign flip) /
  transaction.upcoming (first appearance) / connection.expired.
- skattekonto-booking.ts: keyword→counter-account rules with AB/EF
  differentiation (2510 vs 2012 for preliminärskatt; 2731/2710/2650
  for arbetsgivaravgifter/avdragen skatt/moms; 8423/8313 for
kostnads-/intäktsränta). Creates a draft journal entry against
BAS 1630, leaves it for the user to review and commit. Throws
NO_COUNTER_ACCOUNT instead of guessing when no rule matches.
- Daily cron at 0 4 * * * (Swedish 06:00). Double-gated by
  CRON_SECRET and NEXT_PUBLIC_SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED. Per-company
cooldown of 1 hour, time budget 50s, distinct `expired` status
for token-exhaustion separate from generic errors.

Database:
- skattekonto_transactions: company-scoped with RLS, unique
(company_id, dedup_key), indexed on (company_id, date DESC) and
(company_id, status). journal_entry_id FK with ON DELETE SET NULL
so a row can be re-bokförd after entry deletion.

Frontend:
- /skattekonto/page.tsx: dashboard with saldo card, transactions list
(booked + upcoming), per-row "Bokför" action.
- /settings/skatteverket: connection panel showing scope/expiry.
- Extension toggle in SettingsSidebar (gated by ENABLED_EXTENSION_IDS).

Tests: 9 booking-rule cases (counter-account guessing, AB/EF
divergence, no-match throw) + 7 mapper cases (dedup key stability,
sign convention, kommande→tidigare graduation).

* fix: address PR review findings

Build:
- Fix Next.js build failure: Zod refuses .partial() on a refined schema.
  Replace AbsenceRangeQuerySchema.partial().extend(...) in the absence
DELETE handler with a fresh z.object that defines its own optional
  fields.

Greptile findings (PR #388):
- skattekonto_transactions UPDATE policy was missing WITH CHECK; without
it a user could mutate company_id to one they don't belong to. Edit
the original migration for fresh applies + add a follow-up migration
that drops/recreates the policy with both clauses (already applied
  to prod via Supabase MCP).
- FK499 TotalSjuklonekostnad now reads sjuklonRate from
run.calculation_params (snapshot taken at calc time) instead of a
hardcoded 0.80, so an operator override (e.g. CBA-specific rate) is
honored. Falls back to 0.80 for older runs without the snapshot.
- Rename NEXT_PUBLIC_SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED → SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED so the
flag is server-side only. NEXT_PUBLIC_* vars are inlined into the
client bundle at build time, which would create split-brain (server
503 vs client still rendering enabled flow) on a flag flip without
redeploy. UI panels detect 503 by response code, not by reading the
env directly, so no client-visible change is needed.
- Add pg-real RLS smoke tests for both new tables (salary_absence_days
and skattekonto_transactions): tenant SELECT isolation, UPDATE WITH
CHECK enforcement, unique-constraint enforcement, cross-tenant dedup
  key allowed.

Swedish compliance review:
- Document the högriskskydd cap interpretation in
derive-absence-line-items.ts. We count *sjuklöneperioder* in the
rolling 12-month window, matching the law's plain reading
("från och med den 11:e sjukperioden ... görs inget karensavdrag").
An alternative reading counts only periods that actually had karens
deducted; that requires persisting per-period karens-deduction state,
which gnubok doesn't yet do. The period-count reading can over-
suppress, never under-suppress, so it's the safer default.

* fix(test): inline skattekonto fixtures so core-only CI runs without dev_docs

dev_docs/ is gitignored, so the skattekonto-mappers test failed in CI
when it tried to readFileSync from dev_docs/skattekonto(2.1.0)/examples/.
Inline the saldoResponse + transaktionerResponse fixtures verbatim
from the spec; the test still verifies our mappers + dedup-key logic
against the same shape.

Mattsson 064fb7f7a9 Add/white label (#381)
* feat(branding): add BrandingService with default-preserving env layer

Introduce lib/branding/service.ts mirroring lib/email/service.ts. Defaults
match current gnubok values exactly, so production behaviour is unchanged
unless an env var (NEXT_PUBLIC_BRANDING_*, BRANDING_*) or extension override
(via registerBrandingService) is set.

Resolution order: defaults < env vars < extension override.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route root layout, manifest, and PWA assets through branding service

- app/layout.tsx now reads title, description, themeColor, and apple-touch-icon
from getBranding() instead of hardcoded values.
- public/manifest.json replaced by dynamic app/manifest.ts so PWA name,
  short_name, description, theme_color, background_color, and icon paths
  are resolved at request time.

The manifest now serves at /manifest.webmanifest (Next.js convention for
the metadata file route). The previous /manifest.json URL is no longer
populated; nothing in core references it after this commit.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route email service and templates through branding service

- resend-service.ts: From line uses getBranding().appName instead of
hardcoded "Gnubok" in both the with-fromName and bare cases.
- invite-templates.ts: subject, HTML header, body, plain text, and the
team-invite variants all read from branding (sentence case in prose,
uppercased for the styled <p> header).
- consent-notification-templates.ts: signature fallback (companyName ||
branding) for both HTML and plain text variants.

Defaults preserve the exact current strings ("Gnubok", "GNUBOK", "gnubok"
in their respective contexts) so no email content changes for production.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route OAuth consent page through branding service

The MCP OAuth consent page rendered for Claude Desktop / Claude.ai
connector flows now reads the app name from getBranding() for both the
HTML <title> and the body copy. Default still produces "gnubok" in
lowercase prose, matching current behaviour.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route auth, dashboard, and onboarding text through branding service

Replace user-visible "gnubok" / "Gnubok" references with calls to
getBranding(). Touches:

- Auth pages (login, register, mfa/enroll): logo src/alt, MFA TOTP
  friendlyName.
- Onboarding (companies/new, invite, sandbox, WelcomeOnboarding,
  Step2CompanyDetails, NewUserChecklist, BankIdCompanyPicker,
  ArcimMigrationWorkspace): logo, headings, error/help text.
- Dashboard fallback (companyName="gnubok") and settings (backup copy,
ApiKeysPanel MCP connector name + login note, CompanyDangerZone,
  retention-notice).
- API routes (support contact subject prefix, enable-banking consent
email companyName fallback, AI inbox receipt-request appUrl,
  pain001 messageId prefix).
- MCP server "open the gnubok web app" review message.
- Salary/reports filings (AGI Programnamn, KU10 Programnamn,
payslip footer, full-archive system metadata, SRU #PROGRAM line).

Internal identifiers (cookie names gnubok-company-id /
gnubok-invite-token, API key prefix gnubok_sk_, invite token prefix
gnubok_inv_, MCP tool names, npm package gnubok-mcp, GNUBOK_API_KEY
env name) are deliberately left unchanged — they're stable contracts
that whitelabels must not break.

Defaults match current behaviour exactly.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): support legal page field-level swaps for entity and contact

Privacy and DPA pages now interpolate appName, legalEntity, and
privacyEmail from the branding service instead of hardcoding "Gnubok",
"Arcim", and "privacy@gnubok.se". Page metadata uses generateMetadata()
so titles also reflect the brand.

lib/support.ts now falls back to getBranding().supportEmail when
SUPPORT_RECIPIENT_EMAIL is unset, so a single BRANDING_SUPPORT_EMAIL
env var configures both the support form recipient and the displayed
support address.

Whitelabels with a different legal jurisdiction or entirely different
DPA text should override the page route from an extension. Phase 1
intentionally only supports field-level swaps.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(branding): add WHITELABEL.md and example branding extension

WHITELABEL.md: fork checklist, env var reference, the "do not change"
list (cookies, API key prefixes, invite token prefixes, MCP tool names,
gnubok-mcp npm package, GNUBOK_API_KEY env name), out-of-scope items,
the upstream sync workflow YAML to copy into a fork, conflict avoidance
guidance, and a verification checklist.

extensions/general/_example-branding/: copy-paste starter extension with
index.ts (commented placeholder values for registerBrandingService),
manifest.json, and README.md. Disabled by default (not added to
extensions.config.json); whitelabels cp the folder, edit, and enable.

sectors.test.ts: bumped expected extension count 12 -> 13 to account
for the new starter extension on disk. The generated registry is
unchanged because the example is disabled.

The sync workflow YAML is documented inline in WHITELABEL.md rather
than checked in as a workflow file. It's only meaningful in a fork --
gnubok itself has nothing to sync from.

* fix(branding): address PR review — lazy support email + escape brand in HTML/XML

Three issues from code review:

P1 — lib/support.ts: SUPPORT_RECIPIENT_EMAIL was a module-level const,
evaluated at import time before extensions register branding overrides
via ensureInitialized(). Convert to getSupportRecipientEmail() lazy
accessor; update the only caller in app/api/support/contact/route.ts.
Extension-supplied supportEmail values now route correctly.

P2 — app/api/mcp-oauth/authorize/route.ts: appName was interpolated
into the consent page HTML without escapeHtml(), inconsistent with
the existing escaping of companyName. Wrap appName.toLowerCase() in
escapeHtml() at use sites in <title> and the body paragraph.

P2 — lib/salary/agi/xml-generator.ts and lib/salary/ku/ku10-generator.ts:
appName placed inside <gem:Programnamn> / <Programnamn> XML elements
without escapeXml(), the helper already used for other admin-controlled
fields in the same files. Wrap accordingly to prevent malformed XML if
a brand name contains XML reserved characters.

All admin-controlled inputs only — no user-exploitable path. Defense in
depth, not a known incident.

* fix(branding): security follow-up — lazy metadata, SRU/email header sanitization

Self-audit after the PR review surfaced four more concerns. Fixes them
with the same defense-in-depth posture as the prior review fixes.

1. app/layout.tsx — same eager-evaluation class as P1 support.ts. The
   module-level `const branding = getBranding()` froze branding before
extensions registered, so extension-based overrides for title,
description, themeColor, and apple-touch-icon silently never applied.
   - Convert to generateMetadata() / generateViewport() (lazy, run per
     request, see extension-registered overrides).
   - Inline getBranding() inside RootLayout for the apple-touch-icon
href so it picks up overrides too.
   - Add ensureInitialized() at module level so extensions are loaded
before the first metadata call. Mirrors the API route pattern.

2. app/manifest.ts — same class. The dynamic manifest function reads
getBranding() per request, but if the manifest is requested before
any other module has triggered ensureInitialized(), extensions are
still unloaded. Add ensureInitialized() at module level.

3. lib/reports/ink2/sru-generator.ts — appName interpolated into the
SRU `#PROGRAM` directive without sanitization. SRU's reserved char
is `#` (directive marker) and CRLF injects new directives. Wrap in
the existing sanitizeString() helper to match the pattern used for
other admin-controlled fields in this file (#NAMN, #ADRESS, etc.).

4. extensions/general/email/lib/resend-service.ts — appName and the
user-controlled fromName both flow into the From header. Resend's
API does its own validation, but defense in depth: strip CRLF and
angle brackets via a small sanitizeHeaderPart() helper before
   building the header string. fromName was a pre-existing surface;
appName is new with this whitelabel work.

All four are admin-controlled inputs (env vars or extension code),
not user-exploitable. No known incidents — defense in depth, and
correctness for extension-based whitelabels.

Jakob Wennberg adf58a51c0 Prompt to activate missing BAS accounts at commit (#308)
* feat: prompt to activate missing BAS accounts at commit

Booking to an account not in the active chart previously threw a
generic 400 "Account(s) not found: 5010" and the user had to leave
the form to enable the account via /bookkeeping > BAS-katalog.

- New AccountsNotInChartError thrown from resolveAccountIds in the
engine (and the parallel resolver in core/storno-service). The
query also now filters on is_active=true, so deactivated accounts
are treated the same as never-added ones.
- API routes that call the engine (journal-entries, reverse, correct,
  transactions/book + match-invoice + match-supplier-invoice +
  uncategorize, invoices/mark-paid, supplier-invoices + mark-paid +
  credit, salary/runs/correct, import/opening-balance/execute,
pending-operations/commit) catch the typed error and return a
  structured 400: { error: { code: ACCOUNTS_NOT_IN_CHART,
  account_numbers, message } }.
- /api/bookkeeping/accounts/activate now also reactivates rows that
already exist but are is_active=false, not only INSERTs. Returns
{ activated, reactivated, skipped, unknown }.
- New GET /api/bookkeeping/accounts/bas-lookup?numbers=... resolves
BAS names client-side so the dialog can show "5010 · Lokalhyra"
without bundling the full 1,276-account catalog.
- ActivateAccountsDialog lists the missing accounts (BAS names + any
unknown non-BAS numbers) and confirms with a single action.
- useSubmitWithAccountActivation wraps an async submit: on
ACCOUNTS_NOT_IN_CHART it opens the dialog, activates on confirm,
then retries the original submit so the user never re-enters data.
- AccountCombobox accepts any 4-digit numeric value, not just items
from the active chart — the activation dialog handles the rest.
- JournalEntryForm wired to the hook + dialog. Other submit surfaces
now surface a clear Swedish message ("Följande konton behöver
aktiveras: …") via getErrorMessage; wiring the dialog into those
  is an additive follow-up.

* docs: sync CLAUDE.md with current codebase state

Catch-up on growth since the last CLAUDE.md revision:
- Integrations list now includes AWS Bedrock, Upstash Redis,
Google Drive, Recharts, PDF.js, @react-pdf/renderer, xlsx,
  fuse.js, ics.
- Extension table reflects cloud-backup enabled; adds
inbox-smart-match and example-logger; reorders to match current
  extensions.config.json.
- Updated counts: 36 event types (was 30+), 35 MCP tools (was 26),
  ~60 tables (was ~47), 118 migrations (was 93), 19 report
endpoints (was 16), 20 report generators (was 17).
- lib/ directory table now covers salary, providers,
  company-lookup, processing-history, support.ts; removes the
  deleted settings/ subdir.
- App routes table adds /salary/*, /help, /settings/salary,
  /settings/backup.
- API endpoints table adds /api/salary/*, /api/support/contact,
  /api/account/delete, /api/audit-trail/*, /api/log,
  /api/currency/rate, top-level extension routes.
- Tables section adds Salary, Third-party providers, Inbox &
Migration groups; removes salary_payments (replaced by
  salary_runs + salary_line_items).
- Skills list updated to enumerate the Swedish domain skills by
name instead of the old single /swedish-bookkeeping.

* fix: address PR review feedback on account activation

Seven fixes based on Greptile + Swedish compliance review on #308.

- ActivateAccountsDialog: disable the confirm button when any
entered number isn't a valid BAS account. Previously activation
would succeed for the knowns and the retry would immediately
fail again on the unknowns, giving a confusing double-toast UX.
- pending-operations/commit: revert commitSendInvoice and
  commitMarkInvoiceSent to swallow AccountsNotInChartError
silently. The prior PR upgrade made these blocking, which
regressed invoice delivery for users whose AR accounts are
inactive — and since the activation dialog isn't wired into
those flows yet, there's no one-click recovery. The silent
catches now append an InvoiceJournalEntrySkipped event to
processing_history so the missing verifikation is actionable
in audit trails rather than silently understating the
momsdeklaration (revenue / utgående moms unposted).
- engine.reverseEntry: resolve account IDs with includeInactive=true
so storno of an already-committed entry goes through even when
the user has since deactivated one of its accounts. Blocking
the reversal would leave the original entry uncorrected in
violation of BFL 5 kap 5§ (rättelse must be documented). The
default (includeInactive=false) still applies to createDraftEntry
so new bookings to inactive accounts continue to trigger the
  activation dialog.
- supplier-invoices POST + credit: roll back the just-inserted
supplier_invoices row (items cascade-delete) on any JE failure,
not only AccountsNotInChartError. An orphan supplier_invoices
row without a registration / credit JE leaves leverantörsskuld
  (2440) and ingående moms (2641) unposted — a silent
understatement / overstatement in the momsdeklaration (ML
2023:200 / BFL 5 kap). The catch now returns a clear Swedish
error message for non-activation failures (typically period
lock or DB error) instead of silently logging.

Test mocks for chart_of_accounts updated for the new query chain
(eq.in.eq instead of eq.eq.in after the is_active conditional).

Mattsson 11621bb79f Feat/skv integration full (#284)
* feat: add script to import Skatteverket monthly tax tables as fallback TypeScript module

- Implemented a new script `import-tax-tables.ts` to parse fixed-width TXT tax tables from Skatteverket (SKV 434).
- The script generates a TypeScript module for emergency fallback when the Skatteverket open-data API is unavailable.
- Supports command-line argument for specifying the year and handles parsing of B-rows only.
- Outputs a structured TypeScript file containing tax data for specified years.

* feat: gate salary module behind dev-only flag

Temporarily disable the Lön module in production while the feature is
being completed. Sidebar entries ("Löner", "Anställda") still render but
are not clickable and show a "Kommer snart" badge. Middleware redirects
/salary* to / and returns 404 on /api/salary/* so the feature can't be
reached by direct URL. All gates check NODE_ENV === 'development' so
local dev keeps full access for continued development.
