Mattsson b68c082ef5 feat(bank-sync): close the F2 report: gap backfill, consent and paused chip states, agent-triggered sync (#2165)
* fix(bank-sync): cron backfills the gap since the last successful sync

The daily incremental sync always asked the bank for the last 7 days. Any
pause longer than that (a lapsed subscription paid again, a consent renewed
after expiry, an outage) silently lost the days in between: the connection
came back, looked healthy, and the missing transactions never arrived.

The lookback now widens to cover the gap since last_synced_at plus one day
of overlap, capped at the 90-day PSD2 limit, and a gap of a month or more
asks for strategy=longest like the manual sync route does. Dedup via
external_id makes the overlap harmless. First syncs keep their 90-day path.

* feat(bank-sync): chip warns seven days before a bank consent expires

The transactions-page chip only reacted once a connection was already dead
(expired/error) or had gone stale. A consent that is about to end looked
healthy until the morning it stopped syncing. New "expiring" state when a
live connection's consent_expires is within seven days, the same threshold
as the consent-expiry email in the sync cron. Precedence: attention,
expiring, stale, healthy.

getChipState moves to lib/transactions/bank-sync-chip-state.ts so the
precedence is unit-tested; the component keeps the rendering only.

* feat(bank-sync): chip says paused when the subscription lapsed

The daily cron filters connections by the bank_sync capability, so a
company whose trial or subscription ended keeps status=active rows with a
frozen last_synced_at. The chip read that as "stale, check the connection",
which sends the user to re-authorise a connection that is perfectly alive.
56 of 191 active connections on prod were in this state on 2026-09-01.

New "paused" state, ranked above everything else, when the company lacks
bank_sync: hosted points at billing, self-host at the connector key, the
same split BankSyncNowButton already makes. getChipState takes an options
object so the clock stays out of render (react-hooks/purity).

* feat(api): agent-triggerable bank sync in v1 and MCP

Closes the first wish in the F2 report: an integration could read bank
data but never refresh it. New POST /api/v1/companies/{id}/bank-connections/
{connectionId}/sync and MCP gnubok_sync_bank, both on a shared runner
(extensions/general/enable-banking/lib/trigger-sync.ts).

Cost is bounded structurally, not by policy: the window is never
caller-controlled (the cron's gap-aware 7 to 90 day lookback), a connection
synced within 15 minutes answers BANK_SYNC_COOLDOWN with next_allowed_at
(429 + Retry-After on v1; synced=false in-band on MCP so the agent reads on
instead of retrying), and a failing connection is throttled per process by
attempt time. A dead session is flipped to expired with a remediation that
hands the user the connect link: no API call revives a consent.

Gated on bank_sync like gnubok_connect_bank; scope transactions:write.
Registry, scope map, load-routes, spec snapshot and the generated
accounted-api skill updated; five BANK_SYNC_* / BANK_SESSION_EXPIRED codes
added to the structured-error registry. The web Synka-nu route is left as
is (see DECISIONS.md).

* test(bank-sync): use the options object in the remaining chip-state calls

Four multi-line calls still passed the clock positionally after
getChipState moved to an options object; tsc flagged them (vitest did not,
the extra argument was ignored at runtime).

* fix(api): address skeptic findings on the agent-triggered bank sync

Three refutations from the pre-publish skeptic pass:

1. Core imported the extension. The v1 sync route pulled the runner
straight from @/extensions, which the core-build gate rejects and which
left a live bank endpoint on zero-extension builds. The route now
resolves it through the registry's services channel against a contract
in lib/bank-sync/trigger-sync-contract.ts (same pattern as the
Skatteverket read service) and answers EXTENSION_DISABLED when the
   extension is absent.

2. The idempotency cache stored the handler-level 429. A same-key retry
after Retry-After, which is the documented retry, replayed the stale
   cooldown as a 400 for the cache's 24-hour TTL. withApiV1 no longer
caches 429 responses; regression test added. The endpoint's pitfall no
longer claims Idempotency-Key is mandatory (it was never enforced).

3. Two cron tests read the clock twice and failed whenever a millisecond
passed between the reads. They now pin the clock with fake timers.

* fix(bank-sync): durable cooldown lease and review wording

Resolves the PR #2165 review findings in one pass.

Superagent P1: the attempt throttle was a process-local Map, so two agent
calls on different serverless instances (or a retry after a cold start on
a failing connection) could each bill an Enable Banking call, contradicting
the one-sync-per-15-minutes promise. New bank_connections.sync_lease_until
(migration 20260902150000), claimed with one conditional UPDATE before the
bank is called; Postgres row locking makes exactly one claimer win, the
rest answer BANK_SYNC_COOLDOWN. The lease stays for the full window on
success and failure. Tests cover the claim order, a failed attempt seen
from a second instance, a lost race, and an expired lease.

CodeRabbit: the =1 plural branch now reads "in 1 day" / "om 1 dag"
(daysUntilConsentExpiry rounds a partial day up, so "tomorrow" could be
today); the cooldown pitfall on the v1 endpoint, the MCP description and
the in-band cooldown instruction now say a cooldown can follow a failed
attempt and tell the agent to compare last_synced_at before deciding.

* fix(bank-sync): lease claim as a literal filter for the schema guard

CI's no-phantom-columns guard counts runtime-built query expressions and
its ceiling is exact; the templated `.or('sync_lease_until.is.null,...')`
claim added one. The column now defaults to epoch (NOT NULL), so "never
claimed" is just "expired long ago" and the atomic claim is a single
literal `.lte('sync_lease_until', now)` the guard can check. Migration is
unshipped (same PR), so it is edited in place.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0125TMQQBjBBZG9YxP7wQWub

* fix(bank-sync): runner verifies company membership before the lease

Superagent (round 3): the MCP path reached the shared runner without a
membership check of its own. Both callers do enforce it upstream
(withApiV1's company resolution and resolveMcpCompanyContext in the MCP
dispatcher), but the runner writes transactions and bills a bank call, so
it now checks company_members itself, before the cooldown and the lease
claim, and answers NOT_FOUND for a non-member. The viewer check that was
buried inside the sync block moves up with it.

Jakob Wennberg f266c386f3 chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers (#2150)
* chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers

Remove 33 dead files, ~270 unreferenced exports/types, 13 dead i18n
namespaces and 4 unused dependencies; fold byte-identical helper copies
into one canonical home each (lib/utils chunk/sleep/utcDateStamp,
lib/dates/iso, lib/invariants/uuid, lib/xml/escape, lib/reports/sru/format,
lib/pdf/number-text, lib/browser/panel-request, lib/api/v1/body +
v1ValidationError rolled out to ~55 v1 routes, booking-template schemas).

No behaviour change: v1 bodies and status codes, MCP tool schemas, DB
writes and money math are untouched. Naive ore rounding was deliberately
not swapped for roundOre; see DECISIONS.md 2026-09-02 for the full list
of things left alone on purpose.

tsc, lint, 19588 unit tests and check:guards green; antipattern baseline
ratcheted (naive-ore-round 622 -> 620, hand-rolled-invariant 115 -> 113).

* test(transactions): import RawTransaction from @/types after the ingest re-export removal

CI's type ratchet (check:types, full tsconfig) caught the one test file
that still imported the type through lib/transactions/ingest.

Jakob Wennberg 18cbc4c30a fix(security): audit remediation 2026-09-01: api_keys identity, viewer gates, OAuth binding, XSS, MFA gate (#2155)
* fix(security): bind api_keys to the caller, lock hash-as-bearer RPCs and provider token tables

Security audit 2026-09-01, critical items.

- api_keys INSERT requires user_id = auth.uid() again (an admin could
forge a key for any co-member and act as them in every company they
belong to); SELECT is own-keys-or-admin; a BEFORE trigger freezes the
identity and credential columns against user-session UPDATEs.
- rotate_mcp_refresh_token and validate_and_increment_api_key become
service_role only: they match rows by a presented SHA-256, so a hash
readable by co-members was a bearer credential.
- validate_and_increment_api_key fails closed when the key's user is no
longer a member of the key's company.
- provider_consent_tokens and provider_otc: the DELETE policies collapsed
to "caller has any team row" (correlated subquery on a non-existent
team_members.company_id). All member policies dropped; service_role
only, matching every existing code path.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): role gates, ownership guards and posting integrity in the database

Security audit 2026-09-01, high items at the database layer.

- One table-level guard, enforce_company_writer_role(), blocks the
read-only viewer role on 55 company-scoped tables including through
the 15 membership-only SECURITY DEFINER writers. Keyed on the JWT role
claim so it fires inside definer bodies; no-op for service_role and
  trigger cascades.
- company_members user_id/company_id immutable from user sessions;
invitations can never grant owner; team_members gains a transition
guard (admins keep non-owner role moves); companies team_id and
archiving are owner-only and team attachment needs team membership.
- Direct statements (current_user = authenticated) can no longer insert
posted headers, add lines under posted verifikat, or post a draft with
a voucher number the sequence never issued. Sanctioned RPCs run as the
definer and are untouched; the engine's own draft-then-post shapes
  still pass.
- create_document_version refuses viewers and foreign storage paths;
  validate_version_chain needs membership and loses anon EXECUTE;
  match_documents / match_booking_templates lose anon; cron maintenance
RPCs become service_role only; the production-only
  seed_asset_categories is dropped.

* build: pin tsx as an exact devDependency instead of fetching it with npx at build time

prebuild ran "npx tsx" with no lockfile entry, so every Vercel, Docker
and CI build downloaded tsx@latest and its transitive tree from the
registry with no integrity check, inside the build environment.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): refuse the viewer role on API-key and MCP write paths

The v1 wrapper and the MCP company routing checked company membership
but never role, and both run as service role, so a read-only viewer
holding an API key could post vouchers and change settings through the
API. Mutating methods and non-read scopes now return 403 ROLE_READ_ONLY
for viewers on v1; MCP write tools refuse viewers the same way.

* fix(security): stop serving uploaded SVG, XML and HTML as executable content on the app origin

Uploads persisted the browser-declared mime type and the inline proxy
served it verbatim, sandboxing only text/html; the storage proxy
forwarded the uploader's Content-Type. Any writer, or any Peppol sender,
could plant a scripted SVG or XHTML that executed on app.gnubok.se.

- inline route: allow-list of natively safe types (PDF, raster images)
served as before; everything else gets the opaque sandbox CSP.
- storage proxy: octet-stream + attachment + sandbox unless the DB
mime for the key is on the allow-list.
- document-service: the stored mime is the magic-byte validated type.
- logo upload: magic-byte validation, SVG refused.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): byrå brand logo upload decides the type by magic bytes and drops SVG

Same pattern as the company logo route: the logos bucket is public, so a
scripted SVG (or anything declared as an image) must never land there.
The upload pickers stop advertising SVG.

* fix(security): bind Enable Banking, Stripe and WooCommerce callbacks to the initiating user

The callbacks resolved the pending row by oauth_state alone, so a
victim who completed an attacker-initiated consent had their bank
account, merchant account or store attached to the attacker's company.
requireFlowInitiator() now requires the cookie session of the user who
started the flow: no session redirects to login with the callback URL
preserved, a different user is refused and nothing is exchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): guard tenant-controlled outbound fetches and surface the disabled rate limiter

WooCommerce and Shopify syncs fetched a member-editable store URL with
plain fetch() and redirect following under the service role, and the
invoice PDF renderer fetched company_settings.logo_url unguarded. All
three go through a new safeFetch() (public-IP validation via url-guard,
https only, redirect: 'manual', body size cap) and re-normalise the
stored host at use time. checkRateLimit() keeps failing open on hosted
but logs one error per process when Upstash is not configured and
exports isRateLimiterConfigured().

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): decide the API MFA gate from server-authenticated factors, not the session cookie

getAuthenticatorAssuranceLevel() without arguments derives nextLevel
from session.user.factors, which comes from the unsigned sb-*-auth-token
cookie. Deleting factors from the cookie made an enrolled account look
like it had nothing to step up to, on every /api route and in
requireAuth. Both gates now read factors from the getUser() result or
listFactors() and the level from the verified JWT claim, and fail closed
on errors. Page-branch gate hardened the same way.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): bind Fortnox/Visma, Gmail and Skatteverket callbacks to the initiating user

The arcim-migration callback exchanged the provider code onto whatever
consent the one-time state named, with no check of who completed the
flow and no org-number comparison, so a phished Fortnox admin handed
their ledger to the attacker's company. provider_otc now records the
initiating user (migration 20260902100000); the callback requires that
session and, after the exchange, refuses a provider company whose org
number differs from the consent's company. The Gmail and Skatteverket
callbacks enforce the same initiator check.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): BankID signup confirms the email before linking the identity

Signup created an email-confirmed, MFA-exempt account for any address
the caller typed and returned a magic link, so an attacker could
pre-register a victim's email and keep a permanent BankID login into the
account the victim later adopted. The user is now created unconfirmed,
the identity carries email_verified_at NULL (migration 20260902101000),
bankid_linked is not set until the mailed confirmation is clicked, and
BankID login of a pending identity is refused with the confirmation
re-sent.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): bind MCP OAuth redirect URIs to the consenting user and cap scopes

A user-registered redirect URI was allowlisted globally, the consent page
named no client, and all scopes were pre-checked, so one phishing link
handed an attacker a full-scope key for the victim's company. Registered
URIs now resolve only for the registrant or a colleague sharing a
company; the consent page shows the client identity and redirect host;
non-built-in clients default to read-only pre-checks; scopes are capped
by the user's role (viewer: read only) at consent and at /token.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(auth): client follow-ups for BankID confirmation, callback mismatch copy and decision log

- register client handles the new confirmation_sent response from BankID
signup with the existing inbox screen instead of calling verifyOtp.
- BankID login surfaces the email_unconfirmed explanation.
- WooCommerce settings map woocommerce_error=wrong_user to its own copy.
- Logo help text no longer advertises SVG.
- DECISIONS.md records the audit remediation choices.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mcp-oauth): literal SoD columns in the api_keys insert so the phantom-column scanner resolves them

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(logo): type the upload fixtures as Uint8Array<ArrayBuffer> so they are valid BlobParts

Fixes the typecheck ratchet on PR #2155 and ratchets the baseline down
by the one legacy error the change removed.

Mattsson cd40127f0e feat(bank): expose bank-reported balance (booked + available) in UI, reconciliation, MCP and v1 API (#2118)
* feat(bank): expose bank-reported balance (booked + available) in UI, reconciliation, MCP and v1 API

The PSD2 sync has fetched the bank's reported balance for years but the
data was stranded (F7): the Bank-page source picker read a cash_accounts
column no sync ever updated (frozen at connect time), reconciliation
hard-coded external_balance to null for bank accounts, and neither MCP
nor the v1 API exposed any balance at all, so the only path to a current
bank balance was logging into the bank.

- getAccountBalance now returns booked + available from the same
quota-limited BALANCES response (previously all but one type discarded)
- every sync (manual + cron) mirrors balance, available_balance and
balance_updated_at into cash_accounts, fixing the stale picker
- new cash_accounts.available_balance column (additive migration)
- reconciliation bank kind: external_balance = bank-reported balance,
  plus bank_reported_* fields and fetch timestamp in the bank block;
difference math stays movement-based and untouched
- reconciliation view shows "Saldo enligt banken ... hamtat {date}"
- MCP gnubok_list_cash_accounts returns the three balance fields; the
cash_today prompt now reports the bank's figure instead of teaching
agents to answer with the bookkept 19xx balance
- new GET /api/v1/companies/{companyId}/cash-accounts endpoint

* fix(bank): keep external_balance null for bank sign-offs; never fabricate a zero balance; guard the mirror against stale writers

Post-review fixes from the skeptic pass + CodeRabbit on PR #2118:

- external_balance stays null for the bank reconciliation kind: sign-off
persists it into account_reconciliations and bokslutsbilagor computes
closing - external from that row, so a today-balance stored on a
balansdag sign-off printed a phantom warning-red differens in the
year-end appendix. The bank-reported figure lives only in the
timestamped bank_reported_* pair in the bank block, and only when its
fetch timestamp exists (a balance of unknown age is suppressed).
- AccountOverview no longer falls back to today's date when the balance
timestamp is missing; the line is omitted instead.
- getAccountBalance returns null on an empty BALANCES response instead
of fabricating amount 0 with a fresh timestamp; sync keeps the
  previous stored value.
- updateBalancesFromSync only writes over an older-or-missing
balance_updated_at, so an older sync run finishing later cannot move
  the mirrored balance backwards.
- The inline initial backfill (picker save) now mirrors fetched
balances into cash_accounts too (accounts_data is deliberately not
  re-written there).
- cash_today MCP prompt mentions the gnubok_call_tool bridge for hosts
that only see the default catalog.

* fix(bank): express the stale-writer guard as two literal predicates for the schema guard

The .or() with a template literal pushed the no-phantom-columns
unresolvable-expression count over its ceiling. Same semantics, two
updates: one for rows with an older timestamp, one for rows with none.

Mattsson fa69174aa0 fix(bank): never pre-check or mirror another company's accounts in the EB callback (#2116)
* fix(bank): never pre-check or mirror another company's accounts in the EB callback

At one-session banks (SEB) the PSU's single consent can cover accounts a
sibling company books. The OAuth callback stored whatever the session
returned into the active company: all pre-enabled, mirrored into its
cash_accounts, ledgers allocated from its chart: one 'Spara val' away
from booking another aktiebolag's transactions (user report F1,
2026-09-01).

The deliberate reuse path (findReusableSessions) already guards claimed
IBANs; the callback now runs the same check via
fetchCrossCompanyAccountContext:

- accounts claimed by another of the user's companies are stored
disabled + flagged (claimed_by_company_*), skipped by the
cash_accounts mirror, and the picker names the claiming company
- a 'Synkas ej' deselection made on any other connection row is carried
onto fresh rows (the recurring came-back-pre-checked complaint, C2)
- lookup failure fails closed: new accounts stored deselected
- accounts the row itself already carried keep their own state, so a
renewal can never switch a working feed off

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0197wmwP6zNaYvsGfbZuQHGA

* fix(bank): close the skeptic-found holes in the cross-company claim guard

Consolidated fixes from the three-skeptic review of PR #2116 (all three
refuted the first cut):

- Active-company standing state (enabled cash_accounts + enabled
accounts on its live-ish connection rows) now outranks sibling claims
  company-wide, not row-wide: a bank-list renewal arrives on a FRESH row
with no priors, and the old row-local check would have let a sibling
claim switch a working feed off while supersede demoted its cash row.
- pending_selection rows no longer claim accounts or feed deselection
memory: their flags are unconfirmed callback output (including this
guard's own fail-closed writes), so an abandoned picker or a transient
lookup error can no longer poison later connects.
- Guard-disabled accounts are never mirrored from the callback:
  upsertFromPsd2 with enabled:false for a new-to-row account could
promote the seeded primary 1930 manual row and flip it to disabled
  under a foreign identity.
- The selection save skips ledger allocation and the cash_accounts
mirror for disabled never-mirrored accounts, so 'no cash row, no 19xx
slot burned' holds past the mandatory Spara val, and strips the
claimed_by_*/deselected flags when the user deliberately enables an
  account.
- Deselection carry is no longer silent: deselected_elsewhere flag +
  picker note 'Tidigare bortvald'.
- Claim lookups paginate via fetchAllRows: the bare select's silent
1000-row PostgREST cap failed open for exactly the multi-company
  consultants the guard exists for.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0197wmwP6zNaYvsGfbZuQHGA

* fix(bank): claim-guard round 2: pending_selection claims asymmetrically, paged reads ordered

Skeptic re-verification of 25a339810 found two holes:

- Excluding pending_selection rows from claims reopened the
attach-to-picker window: an attach-created row holds deliberately
offered enabled accounts with no cash_accounts rows until its picker
is saved, and a full-OAuth connect in another company inside that
window could take the same physical account. Enabled accounts on
pending_selection rows claim again; their disabled flags still stay
out of the deselection memory (unconfirmed callback output, including
  the guard's own fail-closed writes).
- Both fetchAllRows claim queries now order('id'): unordered .range()
pagination can silently skip rows at page boundaries, and a skipped
row is a missed claim, failing open at exactly the 1000+-row scale
  the pagination was added for.

Jakob Wennberg f1d76deaba fix(providers): stop dead-ending on a resource 403, and stop dropping every migrated kreditfaktura (#2113)
* fix(providers): stop dead-ending on a resource 403, and stop dropping every migrated kreditfaktura

Two independent defects in the provider migration, both customer-visible.

A per-resource 403 was classified as a dead grant. classifyProviderError mapped
any 401 or 403 to PROVIDER_AUTH_EXPIRED, which is fatal, so a Fortnox account
without leverantorsregister permission aborted the whole migration at the
suppliers step with "Anslutningen har gatt ut. Ateranslut" even though the same
token had just succeeded on the previous step. Reconnecting can never fix that,
and steps 4 and later never ran. The provider's own reason ("Saknar behorighet
for leverantorsregister.") never reached the user. A 403 is now non-fatal once
the same token has already succeeded in the run, the migration continues, and
the provider's reason is surfaced. A 401, or a 403 on the first call, keeps the
auth-expired path.

fetchCompanyInfoDirect swallowed every error and returned null, which made the
existing PROVIDER_API_MODULE_INACTIVE remediation unreachable: a Visma customer
whose api_standard module is off got a silent 200 with an empty company card
instead of the precise Swedish explanation that was already written.

Kreditfakturor were dropped entirely. entity-mapper wrote document_type
'credit_note', but invoices_document_type_check allows only invoice, proforma
and delivery_note, and credit notes are modelled by credited_invoice_id. Every
migrated kreditfaktura was rejected and counted as skipped. One customer
imported 255 sales invoices and 0 credit notes on 2026-08-31; AR and revenue
are overstated by the credited amounts, and kreditfakturor are
rakenskapsinformation. They now import as invoice rows with reversed amounts
and status 'credited', following the in-app credit convention. They import
unlinked: no provider DTO carries a reference to the invoice being credited, so
there is nothing to match on and guessing would corrupt the AR ledger. The
wizard says so instead of burying them in skipped.

Also makes the OAuth callback non-replayable from browser history (no-store
plus history replacement), which is what the "state rejected" events were: a
replay of a callback that had already succeeded seconds earlier. No
already-connected page, so consumed-vs-unknown state stays unobservable to an
unauthenticated caller. Expected PSD2 session expiry drops from error to warn.

* fix(arcim): entity line needs the failed flag

The unlinked-credit-note row omitted `failed`, which the entityLines element
type requires. Caught by the zero-extensions build, not by vitest: the unit
suite does not typecheck.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_016ifKg6Ec67A39oxfGPU1yc

* fix(arcim): write the missing-reference disclosure onto the credit note itself

Review finding (swedish-compliance-review-bot): ML 17 kap 22-23 § wants a
kreditfaktura to reference the invoice it credits, and BFL 5 kap 6-7 § wants a
verifikation to reference its underlag. No provider DTO carries that reference,
so the pairing cannot be resolved at import and guessing it would corrupt the
AR ledger. Reporting the count in the migration wizard is not enough: a result
screen is not rakenskapsinformation, and the gap has to be legible on the
record itself years later.

The disclosure now goes into invoices.notes and supplier_invoices.notes,
preserving whatever note the provider sent.

Mattsson 05dce83a2b feat(connect): Enable Banking client routes through the hosted proxy in connector mode (PR6b-1) (#2094)
* feat(connect): route the Enable Banking client through the hosted proxy in connector mode

PR6b-1 of the instance-side client wiring. Until now bankConnectorMode()
had no consumer but the status label; this makes a self-host with a
connector key and no own EB credentials actually reach Enable Banking
through the hosted bank proxy.

- api-client authenticatedFetch: in connector mode swap the base URL to
the proxy and send the connector key as a Bearer token. The EB JWT
signer (getAuthorizationHeader) is never called: the instance holds no
private key. On hosted and on own-credentials self-hosts the direct
  path is byte-identical.
- startAuthorization forwards X-Connector-Company so the proxy can meter
the per-company connection quota; index.ts passes companyId at both
  connect sites.
- createSession forwards the signed connector_state so the proxy binds
the /sessions exchange to the pending ledger row (single-use, race-safe).
- callback route reads connector_state from the query (echoed by the
hosted callback) and threads it through finalizeConnection.

Tests: connector-mode base/auth/company-header/connector_state assertions
in api-client, direct-path and own-credentials byte-identity, and the
callback threading both connector and direct paths.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UzNkSsR18pLFitJdYn8QEb

* fix(connect): gate X-Connector-Company on connector mode, not on companyId

Skeptic regression finding: index.ts passes companyId to startAuthorization
unconditionally, and the header was attached whenever companyId was truthy.
On hosted and on own-credentials self-hosts companyId is always set, so every
direct POST /auth to the real Enable Banking API carried the tenant's internal
company UUID: a needless behavior change on the production path and an
identifier leak to a third-party PSD2 processor (the "byte-identical direct
path" claim was false).

Gate the header on bankConnectorMode() so it is sent only when the request
actually goes to the hosted proxy. Adds a direct-path test asserting the header
is absent even when companyId is passed.

Jakob Wennberg 36123cef23 feat(connect): Enable Banking proxy for self-hosted instances, with a secret-free ownership ledger and a global rate budget (#1751)
* feat(entitlements): partition the self-host bypass so connector capabilities fall through to grants; capability_grants.source accepts 'connector'

Sovereign plan WS3 PR3: ships dark, nothing changes for hosted.

- lib/entitlements/keys.ts: CONNECTOR_CAPABILITIES = bank_sync,
skatteverket, org_lookup, migration (services Accounted operates that a
self-hosted instance cannot provide itself) + isConnectorCapability().
Separate from PAID_CAPABILITIES and outside the trial-seed trigger on
purpose: a hosted company can never hold a connector grant.
- lib/entitlements/has-capability.ts: isPaywallBypassed() -> isBypassedFor(key).
  Hosted: byte-identical (dev / DISABLE_PAYWALL bypass, FORCE_PAYWALL wins,
else the grant lookup). Self-host: local capabilities always on
(FORCE_PAYWALL included, as the existing test demands); connector
capabilities behave like hosted, i.e. dev bypass, FORCE_PAYWALL, else the
grant lookup where the connector sync will write source='connector' rows.
getCompanyEntitlements on a self-host: local paid keys + active connector
keys, state 'paid' with an active connector grant else 'none' (never the
  hosted trial copy).
- Migration 20260820122000: capability_grants.source CHECK gains
'connector', found through pg_constraint (the CHECK was declared inline
and auto-named; Postgres stores IN as = ANY, matched accordingly).
pg-real test: connector accepted, unknown source rejected, upsert on the
(scope, key, source) identity, trial seed writes no connector rows.
- Tests: self-hosted connector matrix (local all-on without DB, connector
gated by grant/expiry, dev bypass all-on, FORCE_PAYWALL gates connector
keys only, bulk resolution, entitlements shape); two pre-existing tests
that asserted the old "self-host holds connector keys" contract updated
  to the new one.

Verified: full unit suite green, pg-real suite for lib/entitlements green
against a local supabase/postgres with every migration applied, lint
ratchet, guards. Deferred to the instance-wiring PR: adding the connector
extensions to the self-host Docker preset (dead-end upsells until a key can
be issued).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(entitlements): fold the self-host branch into the existing grants query

One .or(scopeFilter), not two: the duplicated helper pushed the
no-phantom-columns unresolvable-expression count to 380/379. Behaviour is
unchanged; the self-host matrix tests still pass.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(connect): hosted connector-key registry + validate RPC + entitlements endpoint; instance sync writes connector grants hourly

Sovereign plan WS3 PR4 ("key infra enabling manual sales"), stacked on the
entitlement partition (#1747). Nothing is purchasable yet; this is the
plumbing both ends need before the first manually issued key.

Hosted side:
- Migration 20260820123000: connector_keys (SHA-256 key_hash, prefix,
org_number, pinned instance_url, scopes, status, Stripe ids,
  current_period_end, per-minute rate limit, active_company_count,
  last_seen/synced) and connector_usage_events (per-request metering,
separate from metered_events whose company_id references hosted
companies). RLS on, NO policies: service role only. RPC
validate_and_increment_connector_key copies the api_keys pattern (FOR
UPDATE, minute window, suspended reported not counted, revoked = no row)
and is REVOKEd from PUBLIC/anon/authenticated, GRANTed to service_role.
  pg-real test covers validate/count, unknown+revoked, suspended, rate
limit, execute privileges per role, RLS invisibility, usage cascade.
- lib/connect/contract.ts (shared wire types), lib/connect/hosted/keys.ts
  (generate/hash/validate -> 401/403/429 mapping),
with-connector-auth.ts (Bearer or X-Connector-Key, one usage row per
request, 500 envelope on handler throw), /api/connect/entitlements GET +
POST (records active_company_count, pins instance_url on first report,
never moves a pinned one), scripts/issue-connector-key.ts (dry run unless
--confirm, prints the key once + the .env lines).

Instance side:
- lib/connect/instance/config.ts (GNUBOK_CONNECTOR_KEY, GNUBOK_CONNECT_URL
default https://app.gnubok.se), sync.ts: reports the active company count
and writes source='connector' grants for every company x covered scope,
  expires_at = min(now+72h, period_end+3d); 401/403 or a non-active status
deletes them (freeze-and-retain); network/5xx/429 leave them alone.
/api/connector/sync/cron (hourly) runs it; not_configured without a key.
- Crontab generator gains EXTRA_JOBS (variant-only jobs not in vercel.json,
with reasons) + drift tests; docker/crontab.self-hosted regenerated with
the hourly sync. Docs (SELF-HOSTING connector section, env templates),
  DECISIONS.

Tests: 52 new unit tests (keys, auth wrapper, route, config, sync outcomes
and grant arithmetic, cron route, crontab EXTRA_JOBS) + 7 pg-real tests
run locally against supabase/postgres with every migration applied.
no-phantom-columns ceiling +1 with a reason (the bulk grant upsert).

* feat(connect): Enable Banking proxy for self-hosted instances, with a secret-free ownership ledger and a global rate budget

Sovereign plan WS3 PR5a, stacked on the connector-key infra (#1748). A
self-hosted instance with a `bank_sync`-scoped connector key can now connect
a bank through Arcim's PSD2 credentials; the bank session id and all
transaction data stay in the instance's own database (founder decision:
tokens on the instance, proxy stateless).

- Migration 20260820124000: `connector_connections` (secret-free ledger:
sha256 of the EB session id + account uids, service-role only),
  `connector_upstream_counters` + RPC `connector_reserve_upstream` (global
budget under EB Annex 1 §5's 300/min, shared with hosted), and
`connector_keys.limits` jsonb; validate RPC v2 returns limits. All RPCs
  REVOKEd from PUBLIC/anon/authenticated, GRANTed service_role. pg-real
  covers all of it.
- EB JWT minting moved to lib/connect/upstreams/enable-banking-jwt.ts (core
must not import @/extensions/); the extension re-exports it, tests
  unchanged.
- lib/connect/hosted/{state,ledger,upstream-budget}.ts: HMAC-signed
connector state (15-min TTL) so the consent redirect can use OUR
registered EB callback and bounce back to the instance, no per-instance
redirect URI at EB; the callback route gains that connector branch.
- app/api/connect/bank/[...path]: path allowlist (aspsps, auth, sessions,
  accounts/{uid}/{balances,transactions}), never open passthrough. POST
  /auth enforces the per-company connection quota + rewrites redirect/state;
reads/deletes verify ledger ownership; every upstream call takes the
  global budget (429 + Retry-After when exhausted).
- issue-connector-key.ts: scopes default bank_sync,skatteverket (TIC out of
  v1), --bank/skv-connections-per-company + --sync-min-interval.
- Docs (SELF-HOSTING: bank connector live), DECISIONS.

Verified: 52 connect unit tests + 13 pg-real (run locally against
supabase/postgres with all migrations) + EB extension suite (225, jwt
relocation intact); full unit suite 15 979 green; tsc, guards, lint clean.
Not in this PR: SKV broker (PR5b) and instance wiring (PR6).

Mattsson 5e9cd6f761 fix(enable-banking): unstarve the daily bank sync cron (#1969)
* fix(enable-banking): unstarve the daily bank sync cron

The sync cron self-limited to 50s (no maxDuration export, so the route ran
under the 60s platform default) and processed ~17 connections per day
against 123 entitled active connections: any given connection only got an
automatic sync every 4-7 days, and users bridged the gap by clicking
'Synka' manually, which pushed them to the back of the queue.

- export maxDuration = 300 (Vercel Pro ceiling the code always assumed)
- sync loop budget 50s -> 230s; health probe gets the 280s leftover
- connections sync in concurrent waves of 4 with per-connection error
  isolation preserved
- MAX_CONNECTIONS_PER_RUN 50 -> 300 (safety cap only; one run now covers
  the whole entitled queue)

Cadence stays once daily at 05:00 UTC by design; users who want more can
sync manually.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): serialize same-company connections within sync waves

Skeptic refutation: the post-sync unattended reconciliation sweep is
company-scoped, so two connections of one company syncing concurrently run
two identical whole-company sweeps whose unlinked-GL-line snapshots race;
both can claim the same journal entry for different bank transactions,
leaving the GL short while every surface shows reconciled.

Waves now fan out over company groups instead of raw connections: one
company's connections sync sequentially inside a single wave slot,
unrelated companies still run 4-wide.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): re-check the sync time budget inside company groups

Review finding (PR Reviewer Guide): the budget was only checked between
waves, so one company with many connections could run past 230s inside a
single wave and eat the health-probe and teardown margin.

Jakob Wennberg 64119d30bc fix(bank): Swedish provider errors and a durable failure trail for bank connect attempts (#1841)
Issue #1716: a user stuck in Handelsbankens fullmakt step got a raw
provider token back (server_error, invalid_state) and support had nothing
to look at afterwards: the failed pending row is deleted by design, the
callback only logged to console (short retention), and event_log recorded
successes only. Diagnosis of the reported case: the failures were on the
bank's side (the corporate fullmakt requirement); both of the reporter's
companies connected successfully on 2026-08-12 with no code change on our
side in between, and the connections have been active and syncing since.

Changes:
- lib/errors/get-error-message.ts: getBankConnectionErrorMessage() maps
  PSD2 callback outcomes (access_denied, server_error,
temporarily_unavailable, session expiry, plus the internal
  invalid_state, missing_parameters and invalid_code_format tokens) to
Swedish user messages, appending the raw provider description so the
  underlying error is still surfaced.
- callback route: every bank_error redirect and the stored error_message
now carry the mapped Swedish text; bank_error_code, bank_name and
psu_type still flow so the settings page keeps its targeted guidance
  (Handelsbanken fullmakt steps included).
- New audit events bank_connection.consent_denied and
bank_connection.finalize_failed are emitted on the two failure paths
and persisted to event_log, so support can answer which attempt failed,
with which provider error, on whose side, even after the row is gone.

Jakob Wennberg 21c63b8b12 fix(enable-banking): carry dedup scope and cash account across a no-IBAN uid change on reconnect (#1826)
Root cause (issue #1709 residual corner): on an in-place reconnect, the
callback carries each account's external_id dedup scope by matching prior
accounts by IBAN or uid. A no-IBAN account whose ASPSP minted a new uid
matched neither, so it got a fresh scope: every historical external_id
regenerated, Layer-1 dedup missed the re-import, and the whole history
came back as new unbooked rows. The cash_accounts mirror then could not
find the old row either and allocated an overflow 19xx slot plus a NEW
row, which also blocked the content-dedup bridge's account guard.

Fix: pair such accounts by elimination, only when unambiguous (per
currency, exactly one unclaimed prior and exactly one fresh-scope new
account, neither with an IBAN): carry the prior scope and enabled flag,
and reuse the connection's own old cash_accounts row via the existing
explicit reuse_cash_account_id promote path in upsertFromPsd2, so the
row id, ledger, and transaction links survive the uid change. Any
ambiguity keeps the previous fresh-scope behavior. Also count
account-incompatible same-feed orphaned ids in the scope-drift shadow
(log-only) so fleet validation can see this incident class.

IBAN-carrying accounts were already fixed by #1705/#1728; the frozen
external_id format is untouched.

Mattsson 2d22039461 fix(bank): renewal reuses IBAN-matched ledgers and keeps deselected accounts deselected (#1805)
* fix(bank): renewal reuses IBAN-matched ledgers and keeps deselected accounts deselected

Two Enable Banking renewal defects reported from a SEB connection:

1. Dead 19xx accounts per renewal. The callback pre-seeded the resolver's
exclude set with every ledger the connection already mirrored. SEB mints
new account uids on re-auth, so no uid matched, the IBAN hit on the old
row was rejected by its own ledger being excluded, and a fresh 195x slot
was allocated (and created in the chart) on every renewal. Only ledgers
still claimed by a uid present in the new session are excluded now; the
stale row is promoted via the IBAN match as intended. Stale ledgers stay
safe from the allocator, which already skips every cash_accounts ledger.

2. Deselected accounts came back pre-checked. accounts_data was rebuilt with
enabled:true unconditionally, so a private card set to "Synkas ej" was
re-enabled and the mirror flipped cash_accounts.enabled back. The prior
flag is now carried over by IBAN, then uid; only genuinely new accounts
   default to enabled.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bank): prefer exact uid over IBAN when carrying the sync-enabled flag

Skeptic refutation: one session can list the same IBAN twice (one resource
per balance type). IBAN-first lookup made the first prior entry win for
both, so a deselected duplicate could re-enable, or the live account could
come back deselected and silently stop syncing. Exact uid identity now wins;
IBAN is the fallback for ASPSPs that mint new uids on re-auth.

Jakob Wennberg 3de5dee553 fix(enable-banking): reconnect supersedes the old connection and stops duplicate imports (#1728)
* fix(enable-banking): supersede the old connection on bank reconnect and stop renewal duplicates

A renewal performed via the bank list ("Anslut ny bank") created a second
bank_connections row and left the old one parked in 'expired' forever: an
eternal "Åtgärd krävs" card, a red status chip, transactions stranded on the
dead row (so the picker's gap-fill probe read the renewal as a first
connect), and re-imported history for no-IBAN accounts whose provider uids
change on re-authorization.

- New migration: additive superseded_by uuid (FK, ON DELETE SET NULL) +
superseded_at + partial index on bank_connections. Status 'revoked' is
reused for superseded rows (no CHECK change); superseded_by disambiguates
a supersede from a user disconnect. File only: not applied anywhere yet.
- New lib/supersede.ts: after the OAuth callback finalizes, park same-bank
siblings matched by IBAN overlap (an ACTIVE sibling without overlap is
never touched; no-IBAN fallback only for dead siblings when neither side
has IBANs), revoke their EB session only when countLiveSiblings says
nobody shares it, re-point their transactions in id batches, demote
leftover cash_accounts claims (the mirror then promotes them by IBAN),
carry last_synced_at + initial_sync_* onto the survivor, and emit the new
  bank_connection.superseded audit event.
- /connect fresh path: 409 { code: 'EXISTING_CONNECTION',
  existing_connection_id } when a non-revoked same-bank row exists, unless
the body carries force_new: true (escape hatch for a second login at the
same bank). Runs after the zombie sweep; reconnect-in-place unaffected.
- Dedup scope stability: StoredAccount.dedup_scope pins the external_id
account scope at first ingest (normalized IBAN, else the uid of that
moment), is carried across in-place reconnects and supersedes by IBAN
match, and sync.ts uses dedup_scope ?? IBAN ?? uid (stamping legacy rows
lazily). The external_id FORMAT is untouched.
- AccountPickerDialog gap-fill probe also includes superseded connection
ids so the renewal default never races the transaction re-point.
- Sync toast (BankSyncNowButton) now also reports skipped duplicates
(sv+en strings) so a correctly deduped renewal does not look broken.

Tests: supersede unit tests, /connect 409 + force_new, callback supersede
wiring + dedup-scope carry, sync external_id stability across uid changes.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): scope the connect 409 to dead siblings and harden supersede ordering

- POST /connect only 409s when the same-bank sibling is expired/error/
pending_selection: an active row (a second legitimate login at the same
bank) never blocks a fresh connect; force_new bypass kept. The 409 text
now names the bank and points at Fornya samtycke.
- supersede parks the sibling row BEFORE revoking its EB session, and skips
the revoke entirely (logged) when the park update fails, so a failed park
can no longer leave a live-looking row with a dead session.
- callback keeps a survivor account's explicit dedup_scope instead of
letting a carried sibling scope clobber it; carried scopes only apply
when the survivor's scope was derived (IBAN/uid fallback).
- sync-now toast joins its two sentences with '. ' so the imported and
skipped-duplicates messages no longer run together.

bjornbergenheim 43a71aec3c fix(supabase): stop server clients leaking a 30s refresh ticker per request (#1612)
* fix(supabase): stop server clients leaking a 30s refresh ticker per request

`autoRefreshToken` defaults to true in supabase-js, and off-browser
@supabase/auth-js starts the refresh ticker unconditionally:

// in non-browser environments the refresh token ticker runs always
    this.startAutoRefresh()

That is a setInterval firing every 30 s. It calls unref(), so the process
still exits, tests pass, and Vercel never notices because the process is
torn down long before the tickers accumulate. But unref() does not make a
timer collectable: it stays registered in the event loop and remains a GC
root for its callback, which closes over the GoTrueClient, the
SupabaseClient, and the whole request scope around it.

A long-running self-hosted instance therefore leaks one timer plus one
entire request graph (socket, IncomingMessage, ServerResponse, headers,
route context: ~100 kB) per client constructed. One died of "JavaScript
heap out of memory" after 42 h, the last 24 of them completely idle. The
heap snapshot showed 445 retained request graphs and ~1050 Timeouts in
the 30 000 ms bucket, retained via `autoRefreshTicker`, and the rate
matched the traffic exactly: the Docker healthcheck polls /api/health
every 30 s and the webhook dispatch cron runs every minute, so
3 clients/min x 148 min = 444.

- new lib/supabase/service-client.ts: createServiceRoleClient() applies
SERVER_AUTH_OPTIONS, spread LAST so a caller passing its own auth block
  cannot re-enable the ticker
- 22 call sites migrated; only booking-templates/sync/cron had ever
  passed the options itself
- guard 9 in no-new-antipatterns.mjs fails CI on any new value import of
supabase-js's createClient outside the wrapper; type-only imports are
fine. Verified to fail on a deliberate regression and pass once fixed
- browser clients untouched: a signed-in tab genuinely needs the refresh,
and lib/supabase/client.ts is built on createBrowserClient anyway

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(checks): catch namespace imports in the leaky-supabase-client guard

The guard only matched named imports, so

import * as sb from '@supabase/supabase-js'
    sb.createClient(url, key)

reached createClient through member access without ever naming it, and
passed. Verified against the real script before and after: the shape is
flagged now, and `import type * as sb` still passes.

Namespace value imports are treated as leaky outright rather than tracking
member access, which keeps the check a regex over source text with no new
dependency.

Review also suggested excluding *.test.tsx alongside *.test.ts. Skipped: the
repo has no .test.tsx files, and all four sibling checks in this file use
`.test.ts`. Diverging in one of them would read as an accident; if such files
appear, all four should change together.

Mattsson 08440fed94 feat(reconciliation): match migrated bank history against imported SIE verifikat (#1598)
* feat(reconciliation): match migrated bank history against imported SIE verifikat

A first-class Fortnox/SIE migrator path: after SIE import plus bank connect
or bank CSV upload, historical bank rows are auto-matched (>= 0.9) or
suggestion-matched (0.75-0.89, persisted for review) against the imported
verifikat, with a guided review surface, instead of landing as anonymous
"Att bokfora" rows.

Phase 0: per-cash-account unattended sweep (fixes #1298 cross-account
pooling); widen payment_match_log action CHECK with
linked_to_existing_voucher (silently unlogged since March).
Phase 1: potential_journal_entry_id/method/confidence on transactions with
CHECK + invalidation triggers; persistSuggestions in runReconciliation;
sweep after bank CSV import with SIE overlap (suppressing
auto-categorization); sweep summaries stamped on bank_connections and
bank_file_imports; POST /api/reconciliation/bank/confirm-suggestions with
per-pair server-side revalidation (voucher consumption + bank-leg amount
and direction).
Phase 2: "Granska forslag" review tab on Transactions with chunked bulk
confirm, per-row fallbacks, "Kor matchning igen" (all_accounts sweep mode,
mutually exclusive with dry_run), attn line, pre-migration row marker.
Phase 3: ImportResultStep dual CTA (bank connect + CSV), migrator variant
of the account-picker #917 nudge, sweep outcome on the onboarding
checklist bank step.

Non-selection apply runs on /api/reconciliation/bank/run now floor at 0.9
and persist the review band instead of auto-committing fuzzy matches.
Migrations already applied to staging under the same versions.

* fix(reconciliation): resolve PR review findings in one pass

Swedish accounting review (both previously-deferred holes closed):
- runReconciliation's >= 0.9 auto-apply now writes 'matched' to
payment_match_log (behandlingshistorik, BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8); the bus
event alone lands in the 30-day event_log and is not an audit record.
- The three match-route storno-conflict branches detach reconciliation
links via unlinkReconciliation instead of storno-reversing the linked
verifikat: a reconciliation link points at an independent verifikat
that may evidence other affarshandelser, and a wholesale reversal is
  an over-broad rattelse (BFL 5 kap 5 §).
- Historical gap quantified on prod (read-only, recorded in DECISIONS):
762 unlogged manual links across 52 companies since 2026-03-23.

CodeRabbit:
- confirm-suggestions route: maxDuration 300 for full 500-item batches.
- AccountPickerDialog: migrator-nudge buttons set lookbackTouched so the
async gap-fill probe cannot override an explicit choice.
- enable-banking post-backfill sweep: persistSuggestions so the review
  band is not dropped.
- bank-file execute: sie_sweep stamp errors are logged, not swallowed.
- ImportResultStep: sandbox keeps the CSV CTA (file import works there).
- payment_match_log CHECK swap: NOT VALID + VALIDATE, no table scan
  under ACCESS EXCLUSIVE.
- logMatchEvent calls awaited (serverless can freeze unawaited work).
- DECISIONS.md stale version reference annotated.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(reconciliation): defer reconciliation-link detach until the match commits

Round-2 review findings:
- CodeRabbit: the eager unlinkReconciliation call could orphan a
transaction if the match flow failed after it. All three match routes
now persist NOTHING up front: the final transaction update overwrites
journal_entry_id and clears reconciliation_method in the same write,
so any failure in between leaves the existing link intact. The release
is logged as 'unmatched' after the commit.
- Swedish review: the auto_suggested logMatchEvent in runReconciliation
is now awaited like every other audit write.
- DECISIONS entry split into compliance/CodeRabbit lines and updated to
  describe the deferred detach.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(reconciliation): literal reconciliation_method payloads for the phantom-column scanner

The conditional spreads introduced with the deferred detach pushed the
scanner's unresolvable-expression count past its ceiling (380 > 378).
reconciliation_method: null is correct unconditionally on a confirmed
invoice/supplier match (null is already the value on every row that was
not reconciliation-linked), so the payloads become plain literals the
guard can verify. No behavior change.

Mattsson 0510d4c13f fix(sync): stop expired trials from starving automatic bank and skattekonto sync (#1376)
The bank sync and skattekonto sync crons fetched the 50 oldest
connection/token rows and only then checked entitlements per item, so
expired-trial rows permanently occupied every batch slot and entitled
companies were never synced automatically.

Fetch all candidate rows, resolve capability grants in bulk via the new
getCompanyIdsWithCapability() (company and firm grants cascade, expired
grants excluded, explicit per-company disable wins), and apply the
50-item run cap after filtering. Entitlement query failures now fail the
run instead of silently skipping every company.

Mattsson 17a7a62ceb fix(reports): stop the resultatavslut zeroing declarations, and make the mistake uninventable (#1293)
* fix(settings): explain why account deletion is blocked

The delete-account button was disabled while the user still owned
companies, but the reason only lived behind the "?" on the blocker row,
so the greyed-out button read as broken. Surface it as one visible attn
sentence directly under the button, and point aria-describedby at it
whenever the button is disabled, not only on a load error.

* feat(enable-banking): share one PSD2 consent across a user's companies

Connecting the same bank for a second company required a second BankID, and
at SEB that new authorization silently revoked the first one. A user with four
companies at one bank therefore signed four times a quarter and ended up with
three dead feeds, each still rendering as "Aktiv" with a stale last_synced_at
until someone pressed Synka.

Prod says this is not one customer: every SEB customer holding connections in
more than one company has had an earlier company stop syncing at the moment
the next was authorized, most of them while the consent was still formally
valid for weeks. The same measurement over other banks is far quieter, so the
one-active-session-per-PSU limit is real and ASPSP-side.

Enable Banking already supports the shape we want. POST /auth carries no
account restriction, so a session covers every account the user ticked at the
bank, and GET /accounts/{uid}/transactions takes no session id, so a second
company can sync its own accounts from an existing session. bank_connections
has no unique constraint on session_id, so this needs no migration.

Adds lib/session-sharing.ts plus GET /reusable-sessions and POST /attach. When
a live session in another of the user's companies still exposes accounts no
company syncs, the settings panel offers to reuse it: the new row shares
session_id and consent_expires, carries only the unclaimed accounts, and lands
in pending_selection so the existing IBAN-aware account picker does the ledger
mapping. Only the consent is shared; accounts, cash_accounts and transactions
stay strictly per-company.

Sharing a session changes three lifecycle paths, all handled here:

- Disconnect and reconnect now refcount before revoking. A blind revoke would
take down a sibling company's feed, which is the exact failure this removes.
The count runs on a service-role client because RLS hides a sibling in a
company the user has since left, and it fails closed: an uncertain count is
treated as shared, since a lingering consent lapses on its own in 90 days
while a wrongly revoked one kills a working feed.
- A renewed consent fans out to every company sharing the old session, and
re-points their account uids by IBAN. Several ASPSPs reissue uids on
re-authorization, so carrying the session id alone would have left siblings
calling retired uids and re-broken them every quarter. This is also why the
superseded session_id is no longer nulled at /connect: the callback needs it.
- The nightly probe runs once per distinct session and applies the verdict to
every row holding it, and expiry mails are keyed per (user, session), so one
dead consent is one probe and one mail rather than four of each.

Only enabled cash_accounts rows count as claiming an IBAN. The callback mirrors
every account in a consent, deselected ones included, so counting any row as a
claim would leave nothing offerable once the first company connects.

An account handed to a company also stops being offered while that company's
picker is still open, closing the window where two companies could book the
same physical account.

* fix(ink2): read the resultaträkning from the pre-closing books

INK2R summed journal entries raw, so it included the resultatavslut that
zeroes every P&L account into 2099 at year-end. Nettoomsättning, kostnader,
periodiseringsfond and skatt all came out as 0, which cascaded into INK2S
7650/7651 and the taxable result. INK2 is always filed after bokslut, so
this was every real declaration, and nothing warned: with the P&L at zero
the balance sheet still tied out.

INK2R now reads two views of the same period. The balance sheet comes from
the closed books so 7302 keeps arets resultat via 2099; the income statement
comes from the pre-closing books via excludeFinalClosingEntry, which drops
only fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id so skatt and bokslutsdispositioner stay
on the form (7525, 7528). The equity adjustment is now conditional on a
posted closing entry having moved the result into 2099.

Second, independent bug: accounts were mapped by BAS number with no regard
for the sign of the balance, so konto 1630 with a credit was reported as a
negative fordran instead of a skatteskuld and konto 2641 with a debit was
netted off the liabilities. The three sign-reclassification rules the K2
iXBRL mapper already had are extracted to lib/reports/sign-reclassification
.ts and applied to INK2R too, so both statutory reports present the same
balance sheet. Only the rule table is shared: k2-mapper keeps its sumOre
arithmetic because the iXBRL path is ore-exact while INK2R truncates per
SFL 22:1.

NE-bilaga had the same empty-resultatrakning bug and gets the same fix.

Adds the closed-period coverage that was missing: the old tests only
exercised the mapping table against an open period, the one state in which
the engine happened to work.

* fix(reports): make the year-end closing decision explicit at every call site

generateTrialBalance took two optional booleans, so a caller that never
thought about the resultatavslut silently got 'include'. That is the wrong
default for anything summing class 3-8: the closing verifikat posts the
mirror image of every P&L account into 2099 inside the same period, so the
report reads ZERO across the board while the balance sheet still ties out
and nothing warns.

The booleans are replaced by a required
closingEntry: 'include' | 'exclude-final' | 'exclude-all-year-end'
with no default, so the build fails until each call site decides. All 40
were audited individually; every one keeps its current behaviour except
the two that were provably broken:

  - Resultatrapport read zero on every line for a closed year, in JSON,
PDF and XLSX, and its prior-year comparison column read zero for
anyone whose previous year was closed.
  - Resultat per projekt (dimension-pnl) had the same defect and must
stay in lockstep with Resultatrapport to keep reconciling.

Both now pass 'exclude-all-year-end', which keeps them agreeing with the
formal Resultaträkning rather than pre-empting Stage 2 of #1051
(DECISIONS.md:632).

Deliberately unchanged and recorded in DECISIONS.md: the KPI expense
composition, which is blank for a closed year but cannot be fixed without
a migration and a displayed-figure change, and getBookedBolagsskatt, whose
contract is an open period and whose call chain already caused a
too-high-tax customer bug once.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(vat): keep the resultatavslut out of the momsdeklaration

The closing verifikat posts the mirror image of every P&L account into
2099 inside the same fiscal period. Revenue accounts drive rutor 05, 39
and 40, so any VAT period containing the fiscal-year end reported NEGATED
turnover once the year was closed. get_vat_declaration_totals already
excluded vat_settlement and opening_balance entries, but not this one.

Reproduced read-only against production: for December of a closed year
the December declaration reported ruta 39 = -794 734 kr. After the fix
that period reports 0 and the January period carrying the real sale is
unchanged at 794 734 kr.

Keyed on fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id, not source_type = 'year_end':
avskrivningar, periodiseringsfond and skatt share that source_type and
must keep whatever VAT effect they carry. A reversed closing entry is
retained together with its storno so the pair still nets to zero, the
same predicate trial-balance.ts uses for closingEntry: 'exclude-final'.

Migration applied to the staging branch only; prod gets it via merge.
The pg test is written but has NOT been executed locally (no DATABASE_URL
configured and no local Postgres), so CI is its first real run.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(kpi): keep the resultatavslut off the monthly chart

The monthly income/expense chart summed every posted entry in the fiscal
period. The closing verifikat posts the mirror image of every P&L account,
so once a year was closed the fiscal-year-end month charted the whole
year's revenue as negative income.

Measured read-only on production: 28 companies across 34 month-rows. The
worst case charted December income as -10 347 459,81 kr where the real
figure is +12,88 kr. Other examples: -1 868 731 -> +128 730,
-1 850 501 -> +431 709.

Both paths are fixed together so they keep agreeing: the RPC's monthly
section now joins the tb_ex_ye_entries CTE it already computes for
tb_ex_year_end, and monthly-breakdown.ts (the dimension-filtered fallback
and the MCP path) gains the matching source_type filter plus the
storno/correction chain of REVERSED year-end entries, so an undone bokslut
does not leave half a pair behind.

Migration 20260723180000 had recorded the omission as deliberate, on the
grounds that it mirrored the JS scan. It did, but the JS scan was wrong.

Migration applied to the staging branch (function body identical; three
comment lines differ from the committed file). Prod gets the file via merge.

* test(reports): pin every statement generator against a closed fiscal year

The per-generator suites all exercised an OPEN fiscal period, which is the
one state in which a generator that forgets the resultatavslut happens to
work. Declarations are filed AFTER bokslut, so the untested state was the
only state that occurs in production. That is why the same defect could
ship three times.

Two new suites over one shared fixture (closed-year-fixture.ts, a synthetic
closed AB with a resultatavslut, a credit 1630 and a debit 2641):

closed-year-statements.test.ts enumerates the generators and asserts each
reports the year's revenue rather than zero, plus its own bottom line. The
table IS the checklist: a new report either appears in it or nothing stops
it shipping with this bug. Verified by regressing income-statement back to
closingEntry 'include', which fails 2 of its assertions.

cross-surface-agreement.test.ts asserts the surfaces agree with each
other, which is what every customer complaint actually was. INK2R and the
K2 årsredovisning must produce the same årets resultat, the same fritt
eget kapital, the same sign reclassifications and the same balance total.
The operational family (Resultaträkning, Resultatrapport) must agree
internally, and the gap BETWEEN the families is asserted explicitly as
bokslutsdispositioner + skatt, so when Stage 2 of #1051 lands the test
names the expectation to change instead of failing vaguely.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore(guards): ratchet against new reports that scan the ledger directly

A statement generator that aggregates journal_entry_lines itself has to
remember, on its own, that the resultatavslut posts the mirror image of
every P&L account into 2099 inside the same fiscal period. Three forgot,
and each read ZERO revenue for a closed year while the balance sheet still
tied out, so nothing warned.

generateTrialBalance now requires an explicit closingEntry mode, which makes
that decision a compile error. This guard is what keeps NEW reports on that
path: any generator under lib/reports or lib/bokslut that reads
journal_entry_lines and is not in the baseline set fails CI. Verified by
adding a throwaway report, which the guard rejects by name.

Voucher and line listings (general-ledger, journal-register, SIE export,
reconciliation, diagnostics) are sanctioned: they show the ledger as posted
and have no closingEntry decision to make.

Four existing lib/bokslut files are grandfathered rather than migrated. One
of them is a genuine open follow-up recorded in DECISIONS.md:
sarskild-loneskatt-calculator sums 7410-7419 with no year-end exclusion, so
its basis reads ~0 if it runs against an already-closed period. Left alone
deliberately: it is a tax figure whose call chain has caused a customer bug
before and deserves its own verified change.

Also ratchets naive-ore-round down 646 -> 641.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(reports): pin where sign reclassification applies, in both directions

No behaviour change. The sweep asked whether the 1630/2641 sign
reclassification should be extended to the remaining balance-sheet
surfaces; the answer is that there are none left.

Both STATUTORY presentations already have it: the K2 iXBRL årsredovisning
since 2026-07-23 and INK2R since 2026-07-29. The other two balance-sheet
surfaces must NOT have it: /rapporter Balansräkning and Balansrapport are
organised by account number under BAS-prefix headings, and balansrapport
documents an invariant that depends on every row staying debit-positive
where it was booked. Moving konto 1630 into a liability section would break
the add-the-rows-to-verify-the-balance property and hide the account from
anyone looking it up by number.

Asserting both halves is the point. The first half stops the
reclassification silently disappearing from one statutory surface again,
which is how a customer ended up comparing two of our own reports against
each other. The second half stops a future sweep "fixing" the operational
reports into disagreeing with their own documented contract.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(reports): detect statement disagreement instead of waiting for a customer

Every year-end problem reported so far was a DISAGREEMENT between two of
our own screens, not a single wrong screen. The årsredovisning said one
figure, INK2 said another, and the customer did the reconciliation for us.
Nothing in the product noticed, because each screen tied out on its own.

Two additions:

INK2R self-checks. On a closed year it compares the årets resultat it is
about to declare against the booked konto 2099, and warns in Swedish when
they disagree. This is the alarm that was missing: when INK2R reported
0 kr against a booked 469 542 kr, the balance sheet still balanced, so no
warning fired. Mirrors the equivalent check k2-mapper has had since
2026-07-23, so both statutory reports now catch the same fault.

  reconcileStatements + GET /api/reports/statement-reconciliation return
årets resultat from every surface side by side, grouped into families.
ledger + statutory must agree and a mismatch is named; operational
legitimately differs by bokslutsdispositioner + skatt until Stage 2 of
#1051 lands, so that gap is explained rather than flagged.

The visual panel is deliberately not built here: it needs a
/frontend-design pass against the locked concept conventions plus sv/en
strings, and the warning above already puts the alarm where the user looks.

* fix(reports): address review findings from PR #1293

pg-real (7 failures, one signature): the new fixture called
insertFiscalPeriod({ isClosed: true }) and then inserted journal entries
into it, so enforce_period_lock (migration 017, legally required) refused
the write. Not worked around: the RPC's predicate keys on
fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id and never reads is_closed, so the fixture
now links the closing entry and leaves the period open, which exercises the
path that actually matters.

CodeRabbit, closed-year-fixture: EX_YEAR_END_ROWS dropped only the P&L legs
of the year_end entries (8811, 8910) and left their balance-sheet legs
(2125, 2512) at pre-closing values, so the 'exclude-all-year-end' view sat
160 000 kr out of balance and misrepresented what generateTrialBalance
returns. Latent, because today's consumers read class 3-8 only, but a shared
fixture that does not balance is a trap for the next consumer. Both legs now
go, and a new test asserts all three views sum to zero.

CodeRabbit, INK2 totals: renamed totals.resultAfterFinancial to
aretsResultat. It holds the result after bokslutsdispositioner AND skatt,
which is årets resultat, not resultat efter finansiella poster, and
build-data.ts uses the old name correctly for the different subtotal. The UI
already labelled the value "Årets resultat", so the name was simply wrong.

CodeRabbit, statement-reconciliation: the statutory branch called a
generator and caught any throw as "wrong entity type", mapping genuine
failures to a null figure that the comparison then skipped, so a real bug in
a declaration generator made the function report isReconciled: true. That is
the opposite of its purpose. It now dispatches on entity_type and surfaces a
generation failure as a named disagreement.

CodeRabbit, enable-banking (Emil's call to include): fetchClaimedIbans
returned an empty Set on a cash_accounts read failure, which is
indistinguishable from "nothing is claimed" and made every IBAN in the
session offerable, including accounts another company already books to. Its
own comment said it failed closed and its log said "offering nothing"; it
failed open. Returns null now, and findReusableSessions offers nothing when
the claimed set is unavailable. The test that pinned the fail-open asserted
toHaveLength(1) under the name "offers nothing"; it now asserts []. Also
removed an em dash per CLAUDE.md.

The remaining enable-banking finding (consent-expiry cooldown stamped only
on the selected connection, so it leaks one duplicate mail per sibling
company) is deliberately left to Emil: it changes email-sending behaviour in
his feature rather than fixing a stated contract.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(reports): resolve second-round review findings on PR #1293

pg-real, two NEW signatures (the closed-period one from cycle 1 is gone):

kpi-report-aggregates-rpc.pg.test.ts asserted the exact contract migration
20260730090000 deliberately changes. Its comment read "year_end entries are
NOT excluded from monthly" and expected December expenses 1250. That fixture's
December holds only year-end-chain entries, so with the fix the month drops
out of the chart entirely, which is the correct operational view: a month
whose only activity is bokslut has no operating result. Assertion and file
docstring updated to the new contract rather than the test being removed.

vat-totals-closing-entry.pg.test.ts passed the wrong account arrays. p_net_
accounts is VAT_SETTLEMENT_NET_ACCOUNTS (2650/1650, the momsredovisning
settlement pair), not the output-VAT accounts. Putting 2611 there made the
extra year_end entry match the settlement-SHAPE detector, so an ordinary
sale-with-VAT was classified a momsredovisning and dropped, and the test read
0 instead of 10 000. The RPC was right; the fixture was not.

CodeRabbit, statement-reconciliation: resolveEntityType checked neither
query's error, so a genuine DB failure (RLS, permissions, connectivity)
returned null indistinguishably from "no entity type set", fell into the
unsupported-form branch and reported isReconciled: true. That is the same
silent-false-reconciled bug the cycle-1 refactor closed, one level down. The
companies error now throws; a missing company_settings ROW stays tolerated,
because .single() errors on zero rows and many companies have none. Mirrors
the pattern the INK2 and NE engines already use.

Still open by Emil's explicit choice: the consent-expiry cooldown is stamped
only on the connection it was handed, so it leaks one duplicate mail per
sibling company on the shared session. That changes email-sending behaviour
in his feature rather than fixing a stated contract, so it stays his.

Jakob Wennberg 0df05c83c6 fix(email): calm, correctly-signed consent expiry notification (#1276)
* fix(email): calm, correctly-signed consent expiry notification

The consent expiry email was signed with the recipient's own company
name instead of the app, used red alarm chrome (header pill + button),
and never said why the recipient got it. After the #1271 health probe
drained a backlog of 25 dead sessions in one 05:00 cron run, that
design read as phishing to a batch of users at once.

- Sign off as the app; the company the connection belongs to moves
into a details row and the why-did-I-get-this footer
- Drop all red/orange chrome; neutral editorial layout, pill button
- Explain that PSD2 consent expiry is routine and that no data is lost
- Show the destination URL as plain text next to the button
- Calmer subjects (renewal framing instead of 'synkronisering stoppad')
- Reply-to support instead of dead-ending at noreply
- Add template tests (was untested)

Mattsson 65c6d4c178 Fix/07 27 (#1271)
* fix(enable-banking): keep bank account mappings across reconnects and surface dead sessions

A PSD2 reconnect silently moved the user's ledger mapping. Account identity
came from the provider's account uid, which does not survive a
re-authorization at every ASPSP, and a fresh connect to an already-connected
bank mints a new bank_connections row regardless. Both paths looked like "an
account we have never seen", so the allocator handed out the next free 19xx
slot and a 1930/1940/1941 mapping came back as 1942-1946 on every consent
renewal, roughly quarterly per connection.

Match on the IBAN instead. resolvePsd2LedgerAccount() finds the existing
cash_accounts row by normalized IBAN before allocating, and upsertFromPsd2
promotes that row in place rather than inserting a second one, so it keeps its
id and its linked transactions and is re-pointed at the connection that just
authorized. The previous holder's connection status is deliberately ignored:
one IBAN is one physical account, and the old row often still reads 'active'
because the bank killed the session without telling us.

The allocator also stopped treating a 19xx number as free just because no
cash_accounts row holds it. A chart imported from SIE carries the company's
real bank accounts by name with no PSD2 row behind them, which is how a SEK
company account got proposed as an unrelated brokerage account. Overflow now
skips chart-occupied numbers, falling back only when nothing unnamed is left.

Dead connections kept rendering as "Aktiv": status only ever changed when a
transaction fetch failed, so a session killed bank-side stayed healthy-looking
with a stale last_synced_at while the user read old balances as current. Add
probeSessionHealth() and run it in the daily cron over every connection that
run did not prove alive, including the ones the loop skips silently
(capability gate, all accounts deselected) and the ones parked in
pending_selection that the cron never looked at. It acts only on a definite
dead answer; anything ambiguous leaves the row alone, since a wrong flip costs
a full BankID re-authorization. The all-accounts-deselected branch is
reclassified 'synced' to 'skipped' for the same reason: it never contacts the
bank, so it must not count as proof of life. The settings row warns when an
active connection has not synced in three days or has never synced.

Which company a connection belongs to was invisible. Everything was already
scoped to ctx.companyId, so there was no cross-tenant leak, but a bank
authorized while the wrong company was active looked identical to the right
one. Name the company on the connect surface and in the account picker, and
say where the connection went when the callback lands under a different active
company. Warn (bypassably) before authorizing a bank where the same user
already holds live connections in other companies: several ASPSPs allow one
active AIS session per login, so the new authorization can kill the others.

The history start date already defaulted to the fiscal-year start; the card
above it recommended a mid-year date and contradicted the selected option. It
now states the fact and offers the shortcut without presenting it as advice.

Not addressed: sharing one PSD2 session across companies. company_id is the
tenancy anchor on bank_connections and cash_accounts hangs off
(company_id, bank_connection_id), so that needs the session to become its own
entity. See DECISIONS.md.

* fix(supplier-invoices): show the posted line description in the voucher preview

The "Verifikation som bokförs" preview built its expense debit lines with
description set to the raw account number, so the BESKRIVNING column showed
"5615" or "6990" where the posted verifikat actually says "Leverantörsfaktura
123, ACME AB". A hardcoded 11-entry ACCOUNT_LABELS map masked this for
2440/2641/26xx, which is why the column read as a mix of friendly labels and
bare account numbers, neither of which was the posted text.

The preview now renders exactly the line_description the engine writes: the
shared invoice-level text on expense lines and 2440, "Ingående moms {rate}%
{desc}" on 2641, and the reverse-charge pair taken straight from
generateReverseChargeLines instead of being re-derived locally.
buildSupplierDescription moves into its own dependency-free module so the
client-side preview can call it without pulling the journal engine (and its
Supabase server client) into the browser bundle. The account name stays
reachable on the AccountNumber hover card.

Picked option A from the issue, keeping the fixed invoice-level description
rather than propagating each item's own text: the customer-invoice side
already writes invoice-level descriptions, so per-item text would create an
inconsistency between the two invoice sides rather than remove one, and it
would need an aggregation-collision policy in the journal engine. Rationale
recorded in DECISIONS.md.

* fix(bookkeeping): restore the copy icon on verifikat rows

The row-language rewrite in #1123 reused the copy icon's slot for the new
expand toggle, removing the zero-click copy affordance from the bookkeeping
list without mentioning it. The leftover orphaned copy_voucher_tooltip key
in both message files is what identifies it as collateral rather than a
product decision.

Restore a copy icon in the row's right-edge action cell, reusing that key
for aria-label and title. stopPropagation keeps the click off the row's
expand toggle. The icon is hover-revealed on md+ and always visible below
it: #1123 collapsed the desktop table and the mobile card into one
responsive table, so hover-only would leave touch users with nothing.

Copy is no longer gated on posted. The copy_from handler and the GET
journal-entries route never looked at status, so copying a draft already
worked end-to-end and only the detail-page button hid it; the two list
surfaces were already ungated. Both list affordances now respect canWrite,
which previously dropped read-only users into a dialog they could not
submit.

The repo does not render components in tests, which is why #1123 removed
this silently. Pin the source shape instead, the same way the copy-invoice
query is pinned.

* fix(transactions): revalidate stale invoice match pointers before offering a match

potential_invoice_id / potential_supplier_invoice_id are written once, at bank
import, and never revisited. When one of several identical recurring invoices
was settled by a different transaction, every other transaction kept pointing
at the now fully paid invoice. The match dialog then measured the bank amount
against a 0 kr remaining balance and reported a "Beloppen skiljer sig ...
fakturan blir delbetald" partial payment, and the worklist offered the same
dead suggestion as a one-click confirm row.

Worse, the manual escape hatch was hidden exactly when it was needed:
TransactionInboxCard only shows "Matcha mot leverantörsfaktura" when no
suggestion exists, so a stale pointer left the user with no way at all to
reach the correct invoice.

Fixed by revalidating at read time rather than by clearing sibling pointers on
settle. Invoices are settled through many paths (both match routes, mark-paid,
MCP, bank reconciliation, SIE import), so write-time cleanup leaks the moment
one is missed, while the candidate lookup covers every route into the list.
The shared accept-lists in lib/invoices/matchable-statuses.ts mirror the CAS
guards the match routes already enforce.

  - listSuggestedMatches and the transactions page candidate fetch filter on
status + remaining_amount, so a settled candidate yields no suggestion and
the manual picker reappears on its own.
  - InvoiceMatchDialog blocks a settled target with a distinct message and a
disabled confirm. Not advisory: both routes reject it outright with
    MATCH_INVOICE_ALREADY_PAID / MATCH_SI_ALREADY_PAID, so no override could
    succeed.
  - The supplier detail card now shows remaining_amount like the customer
branch, instead of total. On a partially paid invoice it used to print
    "1 250 kr" directly beside "Differens: 1 250 kr".
  - match-supplier-invoice clears potential_supplier_invoice_id on the
transaction it just matched, mirroring the customer route.

No bookkeeping was ever at risk: both routes already refused a settled target
before creating a voucher. The damage was confined to a misleading dialog and
a dead end.

createQueuedMockSupabase gains passive call recording (calls / findCall /
findCalls) because the proxy swallowed filter and update arguments, which made
the new assertions inexpressible.

* feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick (#1256)

* feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick

The webhook dispatcher ran only on a per-minute cron, so the floor on
delivery latency was up to 60 seconds plus the request. An external consumer
that wanted to react as a transaction landed had only one alternative:
polling /api/events, which the 100 rpm per-key limit makes expensive and
which still cannot beat the tick interval.

Schedules one dispatch cycle as soon as deliveries are enqueued. The cron is
unchanged and remains the retry and sweep path; this only moves the first
attempt forward. Wired into the event-bus fanout plus the two routes that
enqueue a delivery directly: the :test verb, whose entire purpose is telling
someone whether their receiver works, and the manual delivery retry.

Three properties are load-bearing and covered by tests. The kick is never
awaited, because eventBus.emit is awaited at ~99 call sites including
journal_entry.committed and each delivery can burn a 10 s receiver timeout.
It coalesces per function instance, so a bulk booking that emits once per row
does not schedule one claim round trip per row. It claims 5 rows rather than
the cron's 50, because it runs on the tail of a user-facing request.

Double delivery is not a risk: claim_due_webhook_deliveries already claims
FOR UPDATE SKIP LOCKED and flips rows to in_flight in the same statement, so
a kick racing the cron sees disjoint rows.

Does not close #1201, which asks for a realtime stream for API consumers.
This is the cheap half.

Refs #1201

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(webhooks): stop claiming the kick makes double delivery impossible

Adversarial review of the previous commit caught an overstatement in its own
comments. SKIP LOCKED keeps a kick and the cron from claiming the same row at
the same moment, but claim_due_webhook_deliveries autocommits before any POST
is issued, so from then on ownership is only status='in_flight' and a later
cycle's recoverStuckInFlight sweep can re-arm a row still queued behind an
earlier cycle's serial loop.

Delivery is at-least-once, which is what the public docs already tell
receivers ("the same delivery id may arrive more than once ... idempotency is
on you"). The comments contradicted that.

No behaviour change. The kick does not create this window: the cron claims 50
rows serially against the same 20 s stuck threshold, which is wider than what
a batch of 5 can open.

* fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base (#1253)

* fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base

sumPostedYearEndDispositions reconstructs resultat fore skatt for the tax
calculation, because generateIncomeStatement excludes every
source_type='year_end' entry. It summed class 88 and 7533 but not 78xx, so
planenlig avskrivning posted by the bokslut flow
(lib/bokslut/assets/depreciation-engine.ts) was dropped from the income
statement and never added back. The bolagsskatt base and the
periodiseringsfond 25 % cap were therefore computed on an overstated result:
tax too high by roughly 20.6 % of the depreciation.

Also exclude the period's final bokslutsverifikation from the fetch. It
carries source_type='year_end' as well and reverses every P&L account,
78xx/88xx/7533 included (verified against production closing entries), so
once the year is closed it would cancel the add-back this function exists to
produce. That hazard already applied to 88xx and 7533; the fix closes it for
all three rather than widening it.

Scope is deliberately the tax base only. Making the standalone
resultatrakning show bokslut entries is a separate, larger change: the same
exclusion is duplicated in the kpi_report_aggregates RPC, it moves displayed
profit for every company that ran the bokslut flow, and it means removing
the add-back at four call sites.

* fix(bokslut): scope the closing-entry lookup to the company and fail loudly

Review (CodeRabbit + the compliance swarm, ASVS V8.2.1) flagged the new
fiscal_periods read in sumPostedYearEndDispositions on two counts, both fair.

It filtered only on the period id while every sibling query in the same
function carries the tenant scope. Primary key or not, service-role paths
have no RLS to fall back on and the repo's rule is to filter company_id
explicitly, so it now does.

It also discarded the query error. That mattered more than it looks: a failed
read fell through to closingEntryId = null, which silently re-admits the
closing verifikat's 78xx/88xx reversals and understates the tax base, i.e.
exactly the failure this lookup was added to prevent. It now throws, and the
surrounding catch turns it into the existing 'Failed to read posted
dispositions' error. A wrong bolagsskatt is worse than a loud failure.

Two regression tests: the lookup carries both eq filters, and a lookup
failure propagates instead of degrading to a wrong number.

* fix(storage): drop the client-side DELETE policy on the documents bucket (#1254)

* fix(storage): drop the client-side DELETE policy on the documents bucket

20240101000024 documents this bucket as WORM: "No UPDATE or DELETE policies".
That described the repo, not production. Production carries a
users_delete_own_documents policy that exists in no migration file:

  FOR DELETE TO authenticated
  USING (bucket_id = 'documents'
         AND (storage.foldername(name))[2] = auth.uid()::text)

Under it, the uploading user can delete the storage bytes of any document
they uploaded under the legacy documents/{userId}/... layout, using nothing
but their normal browser token. That includes documents linked to a posted
verifikat, which are rakenskapsinformation under the BFL 7 kap 2 § seven-year
retention duty. deleteDocument()'s linked-check and the
block_document_deletion() trigger both guard the document_attachments ROW,
not the object: the row survives, still pointing at a file that is gone.

Reproduced against a local replay of the full migration stream: with the
policy present the uploader's own DELETE removes the object; with it dropped
the same statement matches zero rows. Company-scoped keys were never exposed
(their second path segment is the company id, not auth.uid()), so this only
ever reached the legacy layout, which is where most documents still live.

Safe because every in-app remove() on this bucket already runs on the service
role, covered by service_role_all_documents.

Deliberately narrow: users_read_own_documents and users_upload_own_documents
stay. The Phase B backfill from 20260726092000 has not run, so dropping the
legacy SELECT policy now would make existing documents unreadable. That is
Phase C.

The pg-real test asserts no DELETE and no UPDATE policy over the bucket under
ANY name: the hole arrived under a name this repo never used, so pinning a
name would not have caught it.

* test(storage): make the WORM ratchet see FOR ALL and WITH CHECK policies

Review caught two blind spots in the ratchet, both fair. It matched only
polcmd 'd' and 'w', but polcmd '*' (FOR ALL) grants DELETE and UPDATE just as
effectively, and FOR ALL is the shape the one legitimate policy on this table
already uses, so a hostile one would look unremarkable in the catalogue. It
also read only polqual, so an UPDATE policy carrying its bucket restriction in
WITH CHECK was invisible.

Both assertions now run through one helper that covers d/w/*, concatenates
USING and WITH CHECK, and filters by grantee so service_role_all_documents
(how the application does its authorized deletes) is excluded while every
client-reachable role is not. A policy granted to PUBLIC has an empty
polroles, which is the most permissive case there is, so it is treated as
client-reachable rather than as "no roles".

Matching on the substring rather than the exact `bucket_id = 'documents'`
shape pg_get_expr emits today: a policy written as bucket_id::text or with the
comparison reversed would slip past a stricter match, and for a WORM ratchet a
false alarm is cheap while a silent hole is not.

Adds a probe case that creates a FOR ALL policy and asserts the helper sees
it, so the main assertion cannot pass vacuously. That case earned its keep
immediately: it caught that node-postgres hands back a raw string for a name[]
column, so the role filter needed rolname::text to work at all.

Verified against a local replay of the full migration stream: red with the
original prod FOR DELETE policy present, red with a FOR ALL probe, green
without either. Full pg-real suite 933 passed.

* test(storage): catch a destructive policy that names no bucket at all

Adversarial review of the previous commit found the ratchet still failed
open, and reproduced it: a policy with no bucket_id predicate covers EVERY
bucket, documents included, so gating on the bucket name discarded exactly
the widest hole. The concrete shape is Supabase's own stock "Enable delete for
users based on user_id" template, USING (auth.uid() = owner), which is the
single most likely form of a future dashboard edit.

A destructive policy is now in scope unless it provably cannot reach this
bucket, i.e. only a bucket_id predicate naming some other bucket exempts it.

The behavioural assertions had the matching blind spot: fixtures were seeded
without an owner, so an owner-based policy matched NULL and the DELETE
reported 0 rows for the wrong reason. Objects now carry an owner the way
storage-api stamps them in production, so those tests fail loudly instead of
passing by accident.

Two probes pin both directions: a bucketless policy must be reported (and is
shown to really permit the delete), and a policy scoped to another bucket must
not be, so the ratchet cannot start crying wolf on receipts or sie-files and
get switched off.

Verified against a local replay of the full migration stream: red with the
stock bucketless template installed, green without it. Full pg-real suite 935
passed.

* fix(kontoplan): make a deactivated account reachable again (#1262)

is_active=false read as "does not exist" on every read path but as "exists"
on the (company_id, account_number) unique constraint, so a deactivated
account vanished from the kontoplan with no way back and re-creating it
answered "Kontonummer X finns redan i din kontoplan."

The write side was already correct: POST /accounts/activate has a
toReactivate branch and PUT /accounts/[number] accepts is_active:true.
Both were simply unreachable, so this opens routes to them rather than
relaxing the read filters, which are load-bearing for
AccountsNotInChartError.

- Kontoplan gets a "Visa inaktiva" filter; inactive rows carry an "Inaktiv"
chip and the existing per-row switch reactivates them in one click.
- Deactivating an account that has posted lines now warns first, using the
usage count already loaded for the Verifikat column.
- POST /accounts distinguishes the two collisions and returns the new
ACCOUNT_EXISTS_INACTIVE code; AddAccountDialog offers "Aktivera kontot
istallet" rather than a dead-end 409. The stored account is left exactly
as it was; values typed into the failed create form are not applied.
- bas-lookup consults the company's own chart before the static BAS
reference, so a deactivated custom account reads as known and
"Aktivera och bokfor" is no longer disabled for it. New in_chart /
is_active fields let callers tell "will be added" from "will be revived".
- BAS-katalog stops showing "Aktiverat" for an account the company holds
but has deactivated; it falls through to a relabelled Aktivera button,
  and the per-class counts follow.

* fix(supplier-invoices): flag foreign 0 % lines with reverse charge switched off (#1255)

* fix(supplier-invoices): flag foreign 0 % lines with reverse charge switched off

A foreign supplier charging no Swedish VAT is normally omvand
skattskyldighet. With the reverse-charge switch off,
createSupplierInvoiceRegistrationEntry emits neither the 26x4 output leg nor
the 44xx/45xx basis lines, so ruta 20-24, 30-32 and 48 all stay empty and the
momsdeklaration takes a shape Skatteverket rejects. For a fully deductible
purchase the net moms att betala is unchanged, which is exactly why this goes
unnoticed. The form already auto-ticks reverse charge for eu_business but not
for non_eu_business, so that path slips through silently.

Adds a pure helper plus a non-blocking banner cloned from the existing
rc_account_warning block. Deliberately silent for swedish_business, where 0 %
is a genuine exemption that belongs in no ruta at all, and phrased as a
question rather than an assertion: a non-EU goods purchase cleared at customs
is legitimately 0 % without reverse charge, and pushing that user into
ticking the switch would manufacture a new wrong verifikat.

Does not add the exempt/import/other picker the issue proposes:
supplier_invoices.vat_treatment is metadata that no booking or ruta mapping
reads, and the codebase cannot book import VAT at all, so an import option
would imply ruta 50/60 were handled when they are not.

* fix(supplier-invoices): name the local-VAT case in the foreign 0 % hint

Review flagged that the most common foreign document a Swedish small company
sees is an invoice carrying the supplier's OWN local VAT, booked at 0 %
Swedish VAT with reverse charge correctly off. The banner fires there, and
the previous copy only offered "momsfri av annat skal, till exempel en
varuimport" as the way out, which does not describe that invoice at all: it
is not VAT-free, it carries foreign VAT.

Names both legitimate cases explicitly and says 0 % is correct in them, so
the hint cannot read as an instruction to tick reverse charge on a purchase
where that would produce a wrong verifikat. Title also narrowed to "utan
svensk moms" for the same reason.

* feat(sandbox): call the sandbox assistant Assistenten, not Anna (#1244)

A named persona earns its name once someone has been through onboarding and
chosen it: it is their assistant and they named it. Nobody in the sandbox chose
anything, so a first name reads as a character the product invented and implies
a relationship the visitor never opted into.

Both halves move together, which is the point. profile_summary is the agent's
own self-description inside the system prompt, so leaving it as "Du är Anna"
would have the header say one thing while the assistant introduces itself as
another in its first sentence. Nothing else in the stack checks that pairing,
so a test now does.

Scope: this changes the seed, so new sandbox companies get the new name. The
483 sandbox profiles already seeded keep 'Anna' (the seeder returns early once a
profile exists, and its caller only runs while verified_at is null). Backfilling
those is a production write on demo data and is being raised separately rather
than smuggled into a code change.

* feat(reports): show the last posted voucher per series in report headers

Adds a "Senaste bokforda verifikat: A 214, B 37" line to the balans- and
resultatrapport, so a printed or exported report answers which vouchers are
actually in it rather than only which dates it spans (#1267).

Reads MAX(voucher_number) over posted entries, never
voucher_sequences.last_number. The sequence counter is an allocation
high-water mark that drifts from the books in both directions:
next_voucher_number burns a number when the follow-up insert fails,
delete_last_voucher decrements by one instead of resetting to the new MAX,
and pre-RPC SIE imports left it behind. Since the point of the line is
avstamning, an allocated number would send a reconciler chasing a gap that
does not exist, so the label says plainly that the number is the posted one.

Scoped to the report own date range, so a Q1 report printed in November says
something true about Q1. The balansrapport keeps the fiscal-year start as its
lower bound because it accumulates. Skipped on a dimension-filtered
resultatrapport: that report already discloses it is partial, and an
unfiltered voucher range beside a filtered result invites the wrong
conclusion.

Populated in both engines, so the JSON, PDF and XLSX routes all inherit it
without signature changes. Best-effort: a header nicety never breaks a
report. The pure formatter lives in its own module so the client view does
not pull the Supabase query path into the browser bundle. No new i18n keys;
both report views and the PDF template are hard-coded Swedish per the
"stays Swedish" report surfaces in .claude/rules/i18n.md.

* fix(customers): stop rendering personnummer ciphertext, make unreadable rows editable, add a reveal path (#1263)

customers.personal_number holds AES-256-GCM ciphertext (20260726110000).
Three defects compounded into one broken surface for private customers.

The list queried Supabase from the browser with select('*') and rendered the
raw value, 76-82 chars of hex, into the nowrap identifier cell. It now reads
GET /api/customers, which already masks every row, so the ciphertext never
leaves the server. Searching by personnummer works again: the client filter
had been matching against ciphertext and could never hit.

A row whose value cannot be decrypted renders as the placeholder
'********-????'. None of the three mask checks recognised it, each having its
own '-1234'-only copy, so such a customer could not be edited in ANY field:
name and address edits 400'd on a personnummer the user had no way to
correct. All three now share one pattern from the new crypto-free
lib/customers/mask-personal-number.ts, which the client form can import.
Typing a fresh personnummer overwrites the unreadable value, which is the
only repair possible: the rejected writes failed whole INSERTs, so there is
nothing to backfill.

The value was write-only by construction. GET
/api/customers/{id}/personal-number is the deliberate drill-in, mirroring the
employee convention, gated on the write role because .compliance/ropa.yaml
listed no_full_value_read_endpoint as a safeguard for this column; that entry
is rewritten rather than left stale, and reveals log actor and customer id
but never the value.

Also: arcim-migration wrote the identity number as plaintext, which aborts
any import containing a Privatperson with 23514 since the constraint flip;
and the customer embeds on /api/invoices shipped ciphertext to the browser on
every invoice read.

* feat: enhance ruta 05 handling for dynamic revenue accounts

- Introduced `fetchDynamicRuta05Accounts` to fetch company-specific revenue accounts marked with a VAT rate, addressing issue #1261.
- Updated VAT declaration logic to include these dynamic accounts in ruta 05 calculations, ensuring accurate reporting for user-added accounts.
- Modified `ACCOUNT_RUTA` to include account 3000 for completeness in ruta 05.
- Enhanced tests to validate the inclusion of user-added revenue accounts in ruta 05 and ensure correct VAT calculations.
- Seeded default VAT rates for BAS revenue accounts to ensure proper classification in the VAT declaration.

* fix: enhance data handling and masking in customer and invoice APIs

* fix(vat): resolve the 3000 gruppkonto's rate for the ruta 05 base split

3000 "Forsaljning inom Sverige" is mapped to ruta05 by ACCOUNT_RUTA, so a
balance on it is filed in the right box already. What was missing is the
rate split: unlike 3001/3002/3003 the account number carries no sats, and
fetchDynamicRuta05Accounts skipped it because it is in ACCOUNT_TO_BOX. A
company posting to the gruppkonto therefore got a ruta 05 total that
breakdown.invoices.base25/12/6 did not add up to.

Surface those rates separately as staticRateByAccount: rate-only on
purpose, because the static map already sums the account and adding it to
the dynamic account list would double the filed figure. A test pins that
single-count property.

Also add 3000 to the MCP server's RUTA_05_ACCOUNTS, which is the display
list behind report.rutor.ruta05: without it a 3000 balance appeared in the
filed projection but not in the report the agent reads back.

The comment claiming SALES_OUTPUT_VAT_SHORTFALL reads base25/12/6 was
wrong and is corrected. That check derives its expected base from the
output-VAT rutor (ruta10/0.25 + ruta11/0.12 + ruta12/0.06); nothing reads
the per-rate bases, which are reporting metadata. So the incomplete split
never affected a filed return or a warning, only the breakdown.

* feat(salary): one-click AGI submission with filing state machine and success feedback

The AGI panel required users to know that "Ladda ner AGI-fil" was the
generate step, then click submit, signing link, and kvittens manually.
A nollkorning filing stalled on "AGI-XML saknas" pointing at a UI path
that does not exist.

- New primary button "Lamna in till Skatteverket" chains the existing
endpoints client-side: generate XML if missing, POST underlag, poll
kontrollresultat, create signing link, open Mina Sidor in a tab opened
synchronously at click (popup-blocker safe). Inline stepper shows each
step; the four old buttons become collapsed advanced/recovery actions,
auto-expanded in stale-draft and rejected states. XML download stays
visible and free for manual filing.
- deriveAgiFilingState() + useAgiSubmission() lift the per-period
submission record to the run page: the progress rail and salary hero
now render the real state machine (generated, underlag inskickat,
vantar pa BankID-signatur, inlamnad med kvittensnummer) instead of
telling users to "lamna in" an already-submitted declaration.
- Success card with kvittensnummer and signature metadata once signed,
plus a toast when a poll flips the state while the page is open.
- AGI kvittens cron every 15 min instead of every 2 h so filings signed

Generera" error text now points at the real buttons.

* fix(enable-banking): instant OAuth callback feedback and dead-attempt cleanup

The bank redirect landed on a blank page for the several seconds the
callback spent exchanging the PSD2 session and mirroring accounts, and
every failed connect attempt left a status='error' row that rendered
forever as an "Atgard kravs" card next to a successful retry, showing
duplicate connections to the same bank.

- Stream a branded "Slutfor bankanslutningen" progress page from the
callback: the shell flushes before the session exchange starts and a
script/meta redirect follows when the work completes, with a 30s
slow-work escape hatch. Fast outcomes (denial, bad params, unknown
  state) keep their plain redirects.
- Delete never-activated connection rows (no session_id, no
accounts_data) on denial or exchange failure, and sweep leftovers for
the same bank on the next connect. Established connections keep their
"Atgard krävs" card via the accounts_data guard; FKs are ON DELETE
SET NULL so deletion has no dependents.
- Show "Banken ar ansluten: hamtar dina konton" while the settings
panel loads after the callback instead of an anonymous spinner.

* fix(invoices): reject re-send of issued invoices and gate bookkeeping on the sent flip

A direct POST to /api/invoices/[id]/send against an already-issued
invoice re-emailed the customer and posted a second revenue verifikat
(createInvoiceJournalEntry has no dedup), overwriting journal_entry_id
and orphaning the first entry. Only the UI hid the button; the v1 route
and the MCP commit executor already rejected non-drafts.

- Non-draft invoices now return 409 INVOICE_ALREADY_SENT.
- The draft to sent status flip is an optimistic lock (status guard plus
row-count check); journal entry, accrual schedules, PDF archival and
the invoice.sent event only run for the request that won the flip.
- On a flip failure the journal entry is deferred: the row stays draft
and a retry re-runs the pipeline, ending with exactly one verifikat.

* fix(invoices): payment links, failure visibility and sandbox guard for recurring auto-send

- sendInvoiceFromSchedule now auto-creates an online payment link via
applyPaymentLinkToInvoice before rendering and passes the payment
link QR to the PDF: parity with the dashboard and v1 send routes,
  which recurring invoices silently lacked.
- The recurring cron persists last_run_warning both when a claimed run
throws (hourly retries stay visible on the schedule) and when a stale
schedule is rolled forward, so a deterministic failure can no longer
  skip a month silently.
- Auto-send is blocked for sandbox companies at the email chokepoint
(freeze-and-retain: the invoice is still generated as a draft),
covering both the cron and the run-now route with one guard.

* feat(salary): close the Fortnox payroll API gaps (phases 1-4)

Payroll now runs end-to-end through the open API, including onboarding a
client from another payroll system, with every write staged for approval.

- v1: per-employee payslips (list/detail/PDF), payslip line writes,
run roster attach/remove, absence ranges (per-day storage), jamkning
fields, cutover opening balances (single + atomic bulk PUT), vacation
  balance + vacation-year-close. PUT added to the wrapper's idempotency/
test-key set (test keys could otherwise write through PUT).
- MCP: 10 new tools (get_employee/get_payslip/list_absence/
  get_vacation_balance reads + staged update_payslip_line,
  register_absence, create_employee, update_employee,
  set_employee_opening_balances, close_vacation_year), executors, risk
tiers, op-type CHECK expansions. create_employee encrypts personnummer
at staging: pending_operations never holds plaintext.
- Scope-map audit retrofit: 11 formerly unmapped tools now scoped;
BREAKING for keys that relied on the 4 default-allow writes.
- Cutover: employee_opening_balances (derived lock trigger, self-unlocks
on run correction), engine YTD/karens/liability integration,
Ingaende saldon section in the employee editor.
- Arbetsschema-lite: employees.hours_per_week/workdays_per_week drive the
hourly/daily divisors; legacy 173/21 preserved exactly at defaults so
  existing pay math is byte-identical.
- Vacation ledger + semesterberedning/arsavslut: recomputed per-year day
balances (synced on book/correct, non-fatal), year-close with the
min-20 floor, 5-year sparade-dagar expiry to forced payout, and a
2920/2940 drift adjustment via the bookkeeping engine; Semester
  dashboard card with preview-then-confirm dialog.
- Fix: Zod 4 defaults leak through .partial(), which made every sparse
employee PATCH fail validation and reset defaulted columns.

Migrations 20260713100000/101000/110000/121000/122000 (applied to
staging with version rows; prod via merge). vacation_ledger renamed from
20260713120000 to avoid colliding with vat_declaration_totals_rpc.

* perf: cut dashboard page-load latency (region, round trips, caching, VAT RPC)

The dominant cost was infrastructure: Vercel functions ran in iad1
(Washington D.C.) while Supabase (DB + auth) lives in eu-north-1
(Stockholm), so every request paid 4-5 transatlantic round trips of
auth + company resolution before doing any real work (measured
530-1900ms for single-query GETs in prod logs). Pin functions to arn1
and cut the redundant work on top:

- vercel.json: functions to arn1, same city as the database
- getActiveCompanyId: preference + first-membership queries run in
parallel; the fallback result doubles as validation in the common
single-company case (one round trip instead of two sequential)
- withRouteContext: Server-Timing header and authMs/companyMs/handlerMs
in the op-completed log, so latency is attributable per phase
- dashboard layout: nav badge counts off the critical path; DashboardNav
loads them client-side via the new use-worklist-badges SWR hook with
  debounced realtime revalidation
- swr (new dependency, approved): global provider; useCompanySettings
shares one cache entry across consumers and renders from cache on
  back-navigation instead of re-showing skeletons
- /pending: realtime refetch debounced; bulk operations previously
fired 4 requests per row-change event
- VAT declaration: new get_vat_declaration_totals RPC returns
  per-account totals, settlement-shape detection (#984) and
source_type counts in ONE round trip instead of paging every
entry+line through PostgREST. Account lists stay TS-side parameters
so ACCOUNT_RUTA remains the single source of truth. Shape-exclusion
  coverage moved to tests/pg/vat-declaration-totals-rpc.pg.test.ts;
  DDL already applied to staging.
- bundle: CommandPalette lazy-mounts on first Ctrl/Cmd+K, AgentChat
dynamic-imports the markdown parser, @vercel/speed-insights (new
dependency, approved) added for real-user timings

The /salary fetch-waterfall fix from the same effort already landed
inside 2084a756.

* fix(invoices): settle öre-rounded payments from the mark-paid flow

An invoice with öresavrundning shows a rounded "Att betala" on the PDF;
the customer pays that amount (up to 50 öre off the stored öre total) and
the invoice-page mark-paid flow rejected it with
MATCH_AMOUNT_EXCEEDS_REMAINING: a dead end, while the bank-transaction
match flow already absorbed the residual to 3740.

- PaymentBookingDialog now proposes the rounded bank leg plus the 3740
residual line (credit when rounded up, debit when rounded down),
resolved via getDisplayTotal from the per-invoice override and
  company_settings.ore_rounding.
- settleInvoicePayment and the v1 mark-paid route absorb the sub-krona
residual, gated by planInvoicePaymentForLines: absorption applies ONLY
when the caller lines carry the exact residual on 3740; otherwise the
strict plan applies (sub-krona partials stay partial, no-3740
overshoots keep the 400), so the GL can never diverge from the AR
  sub-ledger.
- planInvoicePayment absorb-band boundary tightened to >= 1 kr: an
exactly-1-kr overshoot used to slip past both the guard and the absorb
branch and silently over-record paid_amount (pre-existing on the
  bank-match path).

* fix(security): resolve all 7 PR compliance findings

- ASVS V3.3: per-request CSP nonce on the enable-banking finalize page
(mirrors the mcp-oauth consent page); inline scripts are nonce-bound
- ASVS V16: decouple callback finalize work from the response stream
(eager promise + next/server after()) so a client disconnect cannot
drop session persistence or the consent_granted audit emit
- ISO 27001 A.8.15: failed audit-event emits log through the structured
logger with a stable message for log-based alerting
- ASVS V2.3: recurring-invoice cron and run-now routes resolve
isSandboxCompany themselves and pass an explicit suppressAutoSend flag
(defence in depth around the email chokepoint, freeze-and-retain kept)
- ISO 27001 A.8.11: stagePendingOperation rejects plaintext
  personnummer-bearing keys in params/preview_data (key-based guard;
EF org numbers make value-matching unsafe)
- ASVS V4.5: employee PATCH body is truly sparse; cleared number fields
are omitted instead of resetting DB values to hardcoded fallbacks
- ASVS V8.2.1: route-level tests pin the v1 cross-company deny (404 by
convention, not 403) on the payslip PDF endpoint

Jakob Wennberg b06d73c23e fix(enable-banking): recover error-state connections, respect PSD2 balance quota, clean error surface (#968)
* fix(enable-banking): recover error-state connections, respect PSD2 balance quota, clean error surface

Three defects from the 2026-07-09 production log triage, all in how the
enable-banking extension handles upstream (Enable Banking / ASPSP) failures:

1. Retry dead-end: a non-session sync failure parked the connection in
status='error', but POST /sync rejected anything not 'active' with 400,
so the UI's "Försök igen" button could never succeed and the connection
stayed stranded until a full re-auth. /sync now accepts 'error' (while
still rejecting 'expired': a dead consent needs re-authorization), and a
successful sync restores status='active' and clears error_message.

2. Balance quota burn: every sync (manual or cron) called the BALANCES
endpoint although PSD2 unattended consents allow only 4 calls/day
(observed 429 "Consent daily limit 4 is exceeded"), and the retry
wrapper retried those 429s twice against a daily quota. The sync now
skips the balance call while the stored balance_updated_at is fresher
than 12 hours, and authenticatedFetchWithRetry fails fast on a 429
whose body signals a daily limit.

3. Raw JSON in UI: sync failures persisted the raw English Enable Banking
error body into bank_connections.error_message, which the settings
panel renders verbatim. Failures are now mapped to short Swedish user
messages (shared constants in api-client.ts); the raw body stays in
   server logs only.

Also ratchets the eslint baseline down by 1: the no-explicit-any disable
in the cron route was on the wrong line and never suppressed anything.

* fix(enable-banking): treat future balance timestamps as stale (CodeRabbit)

A future balance_updated_at yielded a negative age that always passed the freshness check, suppressing balance refreshes indefinitely; only 0 <= age < BALANCE_MAX_AGE_MS now counts as fresh.

Jakob Wennberg 9b126d22b9 fix(reconciliation): server-side confidence floor for unattended auto-apply (#903)
* fix(reconciliation): server-side confidence floor for unattended auto-apply

runReconciliation applied every greedy match, including auto_fuzzy at
confidence 0.75, with no server-side threshold. The UI is checkbox-gated,
but the unattended callers (enable-banking nightly sync cron, the
extension's post-sync sweep, and the v1 run endpoint) had no guardrail.

- Add ReconciliationOptions.confidenceThreshold (0..1, clamped): the
apply loop skips matches below it. Skipped matches stay in the result's
matches array and are counted in the new skippedBelowThreshold field,
so they are reported for review rather than silently dropped. Dry runs
are unaffected; omitting the threshold preserves current behavior.
- Both enable-banking sync callers now pass
  DEFAULT_UNATTENDED_CONFIDENCE_THRESHOLD (0.9, mirroring the
gnubok_auto_match_period MCP default), so unattended runs never commit
  fuzzy (0.75) or date-range (0.85) matches.
- v1 POST /reconciliation/bank/run accepts confidence_threshold
(optional, 0..1, mirroring the MCP tool naming) and returns
  skipped_below_threshold; registry docs/pitfalls updated.

Closes #880

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(reconciliation): surface skippedBelowThreshold in unattended sync logs

Review finding on the first pass: the floor's 'reported, not silently
dropped' guarantee never reached the two unattended callers, which
discarded or under-logged the result. Also logs the DECISIONS.md line
for the deliberate no-default choice on the v1 route.

Mattsson 2c2743eb79 Check/salary bankid api (#892)
* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup

- middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the
extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so
company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard
- BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the
give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once
(a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first,
failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown
instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors
- bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the
identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a
retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account
- bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink
(BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method)
- login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of
dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings

* docs: move secondary guides into docs/, delete dead root files

Move DOCKER.md, SELF-HOSTING.md, WHITELABEL.md and extensions.md
(renamed EXTENSIONS.md) into a new docs/ folder and update all path
references (README, setup.sh, .dockerignore image rules, docker-publish
workflow comment, _example-branding, lib/branding/service.ts).

Delete two dead root files: customer.json (stray API-test payload) and
findings.md (point-in-time swarm audit export, criticals already filed).

* fix(api): security & correctness hardening + withRouteContext MFA migration across API routes

Audit of ~100 app/api routes. Highlights:

Security
- agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews
  (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped
- calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a
public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only
- bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the
IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded
- agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile
  while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated

Correctness
- account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000
rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) ->
fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes)
- voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could
show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced
- 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed
- assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed
- invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent;
  deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod

Convention
- ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation,
corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger

Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests.

* feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt

Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can
capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right
where they figured out how something should be booked.

- derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking
(settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with
its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business
ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart)
- extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the
booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility
  hints instead of duplicating them
- save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint

* fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer

Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning
och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every
statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL
filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts
diverged.

The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL
document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that
emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3
templates. Also fixed along the way:

- Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load
and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all.
- mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass
nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a
  non-fileable document before download.
- Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's
  strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's
duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR.
- FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver
(never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year
opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie
the roll-forward exactly to booked UB.
- build-input dedupes warnings now that the PDF path runs the same
  mapping.

Regression test asserts no RR/BR label ever contains a four-digit
account number again.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens

Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's
omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived
opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr"
with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode
(prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the
invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest
years.

- lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector
  (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis)
- Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced,
naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP
gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread
- SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave
a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as
warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim
migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and
  now renders them
- opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return
409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in
the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind
retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code

Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and
never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted.

* fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink

Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors:

- Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates
table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest
concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation
or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek.
Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate.
- Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting
the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's
deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration
makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows.
- Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only
  genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied
/api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well.
- application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL)
validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always
  failing the magic-byte check.
- correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the
BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from
a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test).
- Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using
scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents

Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE,
TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code
and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once
expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI
kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of
failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent
proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts

A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the
currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE
(company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors
left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands
out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots,
skipping slots held by any existing row.

- Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills
reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of
  re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives).
- Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects
duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of
  silently skipping the mirror.
- Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for
every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt
  guidance.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews

Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS
amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an
unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled
both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP
preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact
lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross
bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives
them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines.
ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to
the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart

SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never
used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one
grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET
/api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune
deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account
list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never
deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog
grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces

Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line
dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets
against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail
responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot
follows.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths

Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized
awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice
detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now
run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and
getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same
round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope
optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind
the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices
server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the
whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion
dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list
bundle.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit

Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks:

- One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an
empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the
latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new
salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The
  separate /salary/runs/new page is gone.
- Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail,
KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately
wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/.
- Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token],
backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with
PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the
  route from auth redirects.
- Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs
Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB
sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026).
- AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing
links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with
  skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid.
- Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish,
  municipality tax-table lookup improvements.

messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune,
skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before
this.

* chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping

- Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16
renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged).
- Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs
  don't break the build type-check.
- Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to
lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76.
- template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding.
- database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list.

* fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink

relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(),
which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the
pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops
executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag.
Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical
link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging.

Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against
non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so
an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test.

* fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap)

Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to
guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger,
which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on
UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all.
That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link
durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression).

Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the
same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays
allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The
correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving
underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging.

Jakob Wennberg ec27228a8e style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests,
and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than
house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon
for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal
ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for
paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by
hand together to keep sv/en in sync.

Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than
decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex,
charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE
encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the
agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and
a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte.

Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in
ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial
pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it
exists to verify.

Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27
SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes,
with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above.

Jakob Wennberg f8504f3bd0 fix: audit batch — pagination truncation, MFA/dead-code cleanup, mark-paid fail-closed (#841)
* fix(reports): paginate 8 more report/ledger queries (1000-row truncation)

Raw .select() without fetchAllRows() silently caps at PostgREST's 1000-row
limit, producing wrong statutory output for high-volume companies. Following
#806 (trial-balance/VAT), wrap the remaining offenders in
fetchAllRows + a stable .order('id') + dedupeBy:

- ink2-engine / ne-engine: INK2 & NE-bilaga tax declarations under-counted
- ar-reconciliation (1510/1513), supplier-reconciliation (2440): phantom
  "Ej avstämd" gaps
- full-archive-export: 7-year DR archive (added a unique total order so rows
are not silently skipped/duplicated across pages)
- avgifter-basis, currency-revaluation, vat-declaration

Adds a regression guard test asserting >1000 ledger lines are summed, not
truncated at 1000.

* fix(api): close extension-dispatcher MFA gap, scope /api/events to API key, sweep dead code

Security/correctness:
- ext/[...path] dispatcher now uses requireAuth() instead of inline
supabase.auth.getUser(), enforcing MFA (AAL2) on hosted across the whole
enabled-extension surface (banking sync, document upload/booking, supplier
  invoices, migration). Ratchets antipatterns-baseline raw-route-auth 168->165.
- /api/events now filters by the API key's bound company_id instead of the
user's active company (was a cross-company read with a scoped key).
- enable-banking OAuth callback calls ensureInitialized() at module load so
  the PSD2 consent audit event (ASVS V16 / GDPR Art.30) isn't dropped on a
  cold-start instance.

Dead-code sweep (all confirmed zero importers):
- delete lib/tax/calculator.ts, lib/salary/engangsskatt.ts (+test),
  lib/email/resend.ts, lib/salary/salary-transaction-matcher.ts,
  lib/webhooks/diff.ts, lib/salary/effective-values.ts,
  lib/bookkeeping/template-prompt.ts
- trim unused lib/vat/eu-countries.ts helpers (keep EU_COUNTRIES)
- remove dead getAutomaticStatus() and the abandoned Activepieces CSP entry

* fix(invoices): fail closed when a payment journal entry doesn't post

Three mark-paid paths (legacy route, v1 API, agent commit) diverged on the
"mark paid but the JE failed" case — two would flip the invoice to paid (or
leave an orphaned posted voucher) with no booking, silently diverging the GL
from the AR/AP sub-ledger. Unify on fail-closed:

- legacy + v1 + agent commitMarkInvoicePaid: never mark paid without a posted
voucher; on a null/failed JE return INVOICE_PAID_BOOK_FAILED before any
state mutation (v1 mirrors the match-invoice strict mode).
- agent path: add the .in('status',[...]).select('id') CAS guard and cancel
the orphaned voucher (cancelOrphanedPaymentEntry) on a lost race or update
  error, matching the web route.
- legacy route: cancel the orphan on a non-race update error too (was only
  handled on the race branch).
- supplier mark-paid: stop swallowing a failed supplier_invoice_payments
insert — that row drives the reversal amount in payment-sync; roll back the
status flip and cancel the voucher instead.
- pending-ops orchestrator: error-check the terminal 'committed' write so an
op stranded in 'committing' (the expire sweep only targets 'pending') is at
  least logged loudly.

Adds a guard test for the legacy fail-closed path. Full unit suite green.

* fix(ci): unblock core build + address compliance-review findings

- avgifter-basis.ts: fix the core-build TypeScript error — PostgREST's
type-level select parser models the salary_run embed as an array, which
wasn't assignable to the object-typed generic. Type it `unknown` (rows are
read via an explicit cast), making it robust across postgrest-js versions.
- /api/events: add a non-null companyId guard before the event_log query
  (defense-in-depth for the API-key-bound scope) — addresses ASVS V8.2.1 /
  ISO A.5.15.
- supplier mark-paid: add a CAS guard (.eq('status', newStatus)) to the
payment-insert-failure rollback so a concurrent settlement can't be
  clobbered — addresses ASVS V2.3.
- dispatcher: add an AAL2 regression test asserting a non-MFA session is
rejected (403) and the extension handler never runs — addresses the
GDPR Art.32 review ask for the single extension chokepoint.

Verified deletions are safe: effective-values.ts was a dead duplicate — the
live AGI/payslip path inlines the same `?? override` coalescing
(generate-declaration.ts), so AGI correctness is unaffected.

next build: exit 0. Full unit suite: 6147 passing. ESLint clean.

Jakob Wennberg 4f0a7b1db0 feat(entitlements): per-company capability paywall — gate, trial seeding, UI upsells, Stripe checkout (#815)
* feat(entitlements): capability-grant gate substrate (paywall + modularity)

Two-axis capability primitive behind the SaaS paywall and the per-tenant
modularity/marketplace vision:
- migration: capability_grants (entitlement axis, polymorphic company/firm
  scope), company_capability_config (enablement axis), metered_events
  (append-only), company_has_capability() RPC reusing the 20260619130100
tenant guard; SELECT-only RLS (writes service-role only, no self-grant).
- lib/entitlements: hasCapability/requireCapability gate (mirrors guardSandbox,
fail-closed, NEXT_PUBLIC_SELF_HOSTED bypass), capability key namespace,
  metering helper.
- unit (11) + pg-real tests (RPC/RLS/tenant-guard incl. no-self-grant).

Gate not yet wired into call sites (follow-up commit). Paid keys:
ai, bank_sync, skatteverket, email_send.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(entitlements): enforce capability gate at paid external-service chokepoints

Wire the gate into the paid surfaces (keys: ai, email_send, bank_sync, skatteverket):
- AI routes (agent invoke/composer/onboarding stream): requireCapability(ai)
- Invoice send (web + v1): requireCapability(email_send)
- document-extraction event handler: skip Bedrock extract if ai not entitled
- enable-banking + skatteverket crons: per-company hasCapability skip in loop
- colocated send-route test mocks updated (requireCapability -> null)

Free per founder decision: TIC org lookup, VIES VAT validation, FX auto-fetch,
cloud backup, BankID login, all internal bookkeeping.

DEPLOY ORDER: fail-closed by design — do NOT deploy before trial/comp grant
seeding lands, or companies without grants lose these features. Seeding +
Stripe checkout/webhook are the next steps.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(entitlements): seed trial + comp capability grants

Makes the fail-closed gate safely deployable — nobody is locked out at cutover:
- AFTER INSERT trigger on companies grants every NEW company a 30-day trial on
the PAID keys (ai, bank_sync, skatteverket, email_send), on ALL creation paths
(RPC/MCP/direct) — so a new signup can use onboarding AI immediately.
- one-time backfill for EXISTING companies: created <=2026-06-07 -> trial ends
  2026-07-07; created later -> created_at + 30 days.
- permanent comp grants for Arcim/Mattsson (matched by name, no hardcoded UUIDs).
- pg tests: clearGrants() for controlled resolver tests + trigger coverage.

Trigger fn is SECURITY DEFINER so it writes grants regardless of caller RLS
(table has no INSERT policy for authenticated — no self-grant).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(entitlements): client capability visibility + billing page

Non-payers get a clean upsell instead of broken/empty features:
- CompanyContext gains capabilities[] + useCapability(key); resolved once
server-side in the dashboard layout via getCompanyCapabilities (batched, 2
queries), all three provider branches wired.
- /settings/billing upgrade page — the destination upsells point to (Stripe
Payment Link via NEXT_PUBLIC_STRIPE_PAYMENT_LINK; degrades to 'coming soon'
  until automated checkout lands).
- ChatEmptyState: non-payer sees an Uppgradera CTA (mirrors the sandbox state).
- SendInvoiceDialog: email send disabled + upsell note when email_send missing
  (extends the existing sandbox-disable pattern).

Fast-follow: chat input/FAB + document-inbox empty state + bank/skatteverket/
AI-suggest buttons + a shared capability_blocked->toast backstop.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(entitlements): gate remaining paid UI surfaces with upsell (fast-follow)

disable-with-upsell across the rest of the paid surfaces (keys: bank_sync, skatteverket, ai):
- BankSyncNowButton: sync/reconnect disabled + note when !bank_sync (CSV/SIE stays free)
- AGIPanel: AGI submit-to-Skatteverket disabled + note when !skatteverket
- SkatteverketConnectPanel: BankID connect/reconnect disabled + upsell
- ApprovalCard: AI re-propose (correction) gated; manual approve/reject stay free
- InvoiceInboxWorkspace: upsell when extraction empty AND !ai (deterministic parse + manual entry unaffected)
- AgentTrigger FAB: routes to /settings/billing when !ai (no dead chat)
- settings nav: 'Abonnemang'/'Subscription' link to /settings/billing (sv/en)

TaxPaymentPanel + TransactionInboxCard intentionally untouched — only local/
deterministic actions there, nothing paid+external to gate.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(entitlements): automated Stripe subscription checkout + webhook

Self-serve revenue wired to the same capability-grant primitive:
- migration: company_subscriptions (company<->Stripe link/status) + stripe_webhook_events (idempotency)
- lib/stripe: getStripe singleton, plan->price mapping, subscription-sync (statusGrantsAccess / subscriptionToState / applySubscriptionState / handleStripeEvent). Active sub -> upsert source='stripe' grants for PAID keys (expiry = period_end + 3d grace); canceled/unpaid -> remove ONLY stripe grants (freeze-and-retain).
- routes: POST /api/billing/checkout (hosted subscription Checkout, company_id metadata), POST /api/billing/portal (Customer Portal), POST /api/stripe/webhook (raw-body signature verify, event-id dedup; handles checkout.session.completed + customer.subscription.*)
- billing page: real plan-toggle Checkout CTA / manage-subscription portal, gated on isStripeConfigured()
- adds stripe@22; unit tests for sync logic

Provisioning is webhook-driven (never trusts the success redirect). Needs env: STRIPE_SECRET_KEY, STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET, STRIPE_PRICE_MONTHLY, STRIPE_PRICE_YEARLY.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(entitlements): validate UUIDs in capability filter + log webhook errors

Addresses PR review (Superagent Security / PR Agent):
- has-capability.ts: validate companyId/teamId as UUIDs before interpolating into the PostgREST .or() filter (fail-closed) — removes the latent injection vector flagged in the entitlement gate. Unit tests updated to use UUIDs.
- stripe/webhook: log processing failures with event id + type before the generic 500, so a failing webhook is visible to operators.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(salary): always-free AGI XML download for manual filing; only direct API submit is paid

Per founder decision on the swedish-compliance-review finding: AGI is a mandatory statutory filing, so producing/downloading the AGI XML must never be paywalled. Adds a free 'Ladda ner AGI-fil' button (generates + downloads the XML for manual upload to Skatteverket's e-service) on all tiers; the gated 'Skicka in underlag' stays the paid convenience (direct API submission — which also requires the paid BankID connection). Upsell reworded to point to the manual path.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(entitlements): harden comp-grant match after prod verification

Verified Arcim/Mattsson in prod (pwxtzglxptnnvjrpixpg): the name match was case-sensitive (missed the active 'Arcim technology AB' lowercase variant) and would have granted 3 archived dupes. Now match by org_number (5595386219 / 5595719864) OR case-insensitive name, active companies only — hits exactly the 3 active comp companies, excludes archived dupes and the unrelated 'Amnäs Mattsson, Emil' enskild firma.

Mattsson 43925bc2d3 fix(import): SIE bulk-delete on service client + provider/reporting/b… (#724)
* fix(import): SIE bulk-delete on service client + provider/reporting/banking fixes

Rebuilt branch onto main as a single commit.

- import: run SIE bulk-delete RPCs on the service client to escape the 8s
statement_timeout; undo_sie_import now takes an explicit actor (p_user_id)
so its owner/admin gate works when auth.uid() is NULL on the service
  client (migration 20260624120000) + pg-real regression test
- providers: distinguish missing Fortnox license from expired connection;
  provider_consent_tokens PK regression test
- reports: include unmapped BAS expense groups in the income statement
- enable-banking: reconnect closed/expired bank sessions in place
- bookkeeping: surface linked invoices as underlag on the verifikat view
- scripts: track BL cleanup/diagnostic tooling; data files (*.csv) are
git-ignored and consentId is now a required arg with no silent default

Jakob Wennberg 04f902fe8f fix(enable-banking): reliable initial backfill, no more silent ~30-day windows (#443) (#486)
* fix(enable-banking): reliable initial backfill, no more silent ~30-day windows (#443)

PSD2 first-sync was a compound bug: the cron runs once daily so users got no
data for up to 24h after activation; the "Sync now" button defaulted to 30
days and set last_synced_at, permanently locking the cron into 7-day
incremental mode and discarding the 90-day backfill window. ASPSPs also
truncate history below requested ranges, but the discrepancy was only logged.

This change:

- Runs the initial backfill inline when the user finishes account selection
(PATCH /accounts), so data is available the moment they finish onboarding.
- Tracks initial_sync_completed_at separately from last_synced_at; the cron
now gates first-sync 90-day window on that, so manual syncs no longer
  clobber the backfill path.
- Surfaces the actual returned date range to the UI ("Initial historik: X → Y
(begärde Z)") with a warning when the bank truncated history.
- Defaults manual /sync to 90 days (was 30) — matches user intent.
- AccountPickerDialog uses SpeedLedger's SIE-anchor pattern when an SIE
import covers prior periods (auto-defaults lookback to "day after last SIE
entry"), with Bokio-style PSD2 disclosure on the standard path.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): address review feedback on PR #486

Two fixes from review:

1. Memoise the browser Supabase client in AccountPickerDialog. createClient()
in the component body returned a new reference every render, and `supabase`
was in the SIE-fetch effect's dep array — every checkbox tick or parent
   re-render re-fired the SIE-imports query.

2. Drop `accounts_data` from the second supabase update inside the activation
backfill. The first update already wrote it; including it here races with
any concurrent writer (e.g. cron firing in the sub-60s window) and would
silently overwrite. Only initial_sync_* metadata + last_synced_at need to
be persisted in the second update.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): check metadata-update error after inline backfill

The second supabase.update() inside the activation backfill block didn't
check its error return. Supabase client methods don't throw on DB errors;
they return { data, error }. If the metadata write failed (network blip,
RLS quirk, etc.), the handler still populated initialSyncSummary and
returned success — UI saw "imported N transactions" while the DB had
initial_sync_completed_at = NULL, causing the cron to schedule another
full 90-day backfill the next morning.

Capture { error } from the metadata update. On failure, surface as
initial_sync_error with a metadata_update_failed: prefix and skip the
initialSyncSummary population. The cron's gate (initial_sync_completed_at
IS NULL) still self-heals on the next run; this just keeps the UI honest
about which path got us there.

New test stub: SupabaseStub.updateErrorByCall lets a test succeed the
first update and fail the second.

Mattsson 9e1e13d388 Fix/bank and onboarding (#413)
* fix(onboarding): validate org number at step 2 instead of final submit

Run normalizeOrgNumber (Luhn + 10/12-digit check) inside the Step 2
Zod schema and gate the duplicate-check and TIC lookup effects on it,
so users get an inline error on the field they just typed instead of
filling out two more steps and being bounced back from the server.
Server-side check stays as defense in depth. Also fixes the old regex
incorrectly rejecting valid 12-digit org numbers.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(reconciliation): pass real userId to transaction.reconciled events

runReconciliation and manualLink fell back to companyId when no userId
was provided, causing FK violations on event_log.user_id (which references
auth.users). Make userId a required arg in both functions, drop the
fallback, and forward a real user id from every caller (user.id from
authed routes, connection.user_id from the cron path).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(enable-banking): use local companyId instead of reinlining ctx fallback

Three sites in the enable-banking sync handler reinline `ctx?.companyId ?? user.id`
instead of using the local `companyId` declared at the top of the block. Collapse
all three to the local for consistency and to remove drift risk if the fallback
expression ever changes.

Mattsson 5725c25bf1 Logs/improved logging (#398)
* feat(mcp): add create_transactions tool with /pending approval gate

New MCP tool gnubok_create_transactions stages 1–10 transactions per call
as pending_operations of type create_transaction (risk: medium). Each item
becomes its own card on /pending; on confirm, the executor inserts the row
into transactions with import_source='mcp' so MCP-staged ingestion is
distinguishable from PSD2 sync. Designed for skill workflows that pull
external data (e.g., Airtable) and want the user to gate the writes.

* fix(bas): strip concatenated group headers from corrupted account names

A chart-data import bug had glued the next group's header onto the last
account in each preceding group across all eight bas-data class files
(e.g. account 2670 read "Utgående moms på försäljning inom EU, OSS 27
PERSONALENS SKATTER, AVGIFTER OCH LÖNEAVDRAG"). The corrupted names
surface in transaction dropdowns, ledgers, SIE exports and årsredovisning,
and risk VAT miscategorization on the OSS (2670) and blandad-verksamhet
(6999) accounts specifically.

- Cleans 69 account_name and 64 description fields across class-1..8 files
- Adds a regression test asserting no name contains a concatenated header
- Ships an idempotent safety-net migration that updates already-seeded
chart_of_accounts rows, gated on the corrupted string so user
  customizations are preserved

* feat(errors): add structured error codes and handling for various operations

- Introduced a new structured error registry in `structured-errors.ts` to standardize error handling across the application.
- Added Swedish and English messages for various error scenarios, including validation, authorization, and bookkeeping errors.
- Implemented a client-side error toast in `use-error-toast.ts` to display user-friendly error messages with remediation hints.
- Created a wrapper for recording operation outcomes in `record-operation.ts`, enhancing audit capabilities for operations.
- Developed a provider call wrapper in `with-provider-call.ts` to handle external HTTP calls with structured logging and error mapping.
- Added a new SQL migration to extend the processing history with new event types and aggregate types for better operational telemetry.

* Refactor supplier API routes to use context-based logging and error handling

- Replaced direct Supabase client usage in GET and POST routes with context-based approach using `withRouteContext`.
- Enhanced error handling to provide structured error responses for supplier creation and listing.
- Updated logging to include request IDs for better traceability.
- Introduced new error codes for supplier-related operations.
- Refactored tax deadlines cron job to utilize context and improved error handling.
- Updated ESLint configuration to enforce logging practices across API and lib directories.
- Enhanced arcim migration extension with structured error handling and logging.
- Added classification for provider errors to improve user-facing error messages.
- Introduced request ID in extension context for better log correlation.

* fix(route-context): update DynamicParams type for improved type safety in route handlers

* feat(transactions): add 'create_transaction' operation to PendingOperationType

* fix(route): ensure companyId is non-nullable in loadAndDeriveAbsence function

* fix(route-context): ensure companyId is always non-null by short-circuiting with COMPANY_CONTEXT_MISSING

Mattsson 064fb7f7a9 Add/white label (#381)
* feat(branding): add BrandingService with default-preserving env layer

Introduce lib/branding/service.ts mirroring lib/email/service.ts. Defaults
match current gnubok values exactly, so production behaviour is unchanged
unless an env var (NEXT_PUBLIC_BRANDING_*, BRANDING_*) or extension override
(via registerBrandingService) is set.

Resolution order: defaults < env vars < extension override.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route root layout, manifest, and PWA assets through branding service

- app/layout.tsx now reads title, description, themeColor, and apple-touch-icon
from getBranding() instead of hardcoded values.
- public/manifest.json replaced by dynamic app/manifest.ts so PWA name,
  short_name, description, theme_color, background_color, and icon paths
  are resolved at request time.

The manifest now serves at /manifest.webmanifest (Next.js convention for
the metadata file route). The previous /manifest.json URL is no longer
populated; nothing in core references it after this commit.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route email service and templates through branding service

- resend-service.ts: From line uses getBranding().appName instead of
hardcoded "Gnubok" in both the with-fromName and bare cases.
- invite-templates.ts: subject, HTML header, body, plain text, and the
team-invite variants all read from branding (sentence case in prose,
uppercased for the styled <p> header).
- consent-notification-templates.ts: signature fallback (companyName ||
branding) for both HTML and plain text variants.

Defaults preserve the exact current strings ("Gnubok", "GNUBOK", "gnubok"
in their respective contexts) so no email content changes for production.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route OAuth consent page through branding service

The MCP OAuth consent page rendered for Claude Desktop / Claude.ai
connector flows now reads the app name from getBranding() for both the
HTML <title> and the body copy. Default still produces "gnubok" in
lowercase prose, matching current behaviour.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route auth, dashboard, and onboarding text through branding service

Replace user-visible "gnubok" / "Gnubok" references with calls to
getBranding(). Touches:

- Auth pages (login, register, mfa/enroll): logo src/alt, MFA TOTP
  friendlyName.
- Onboarding (companies/new, invite, sandbox, WelcomeOnboarding,
  Step2CompanyDetails, NewUserChecklist, BankIdCompanyPicker,
  ArcimMigrationWorkspace): logo, headings, error/help text.
- Dashboard fallback (companyName="gnubok") and settings (backup copy,
ApiKeysPanel MCP connector name + login note, CompanyDangerZone,
  retention-notice).
- API routes (support contact subject prefix, enable-banking consent
email companyName fallback, AI inbox receipt-request appUrl,
  pain001 messageId prefix).
- MCP server "open the gnubok web app" review message.
- Salary/reports filings (AGI Programnamn, KU10 Programnamn,
payslip footer, full-archive system metadata, SRU #PROGRAM line).

Internal identifiers (cookie names gnubok-company-id /
gnubok-invite-token, API key prefix gnubok_sk_, invite token prefix
gnubok_inv_, MCP tool names, npm package gnubok-mcp, GNUBOK_API_KEY
env name) are deliberately left unchanged — they're stable contracts
that whitelabels must not break.

Defaults match current behaviour exactly.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): support legal page field-level swaps for entity and contact

Privacy and DPA pages now interpolate appName, legalEntity, and
privacyEmail from the branding service instead of hardcoding "Gnubok",
"Arcim", and "privacy@gnubok.se". Page metadata uses generateMetadata()
so titles also reflect the brand.

lib/support.ts now falls back to getBranding().supportEmail when
SUPPORT_RECIPIENT_EMAIL is unset, so a single BRANDING_SUPPORT_EMAIL
env var configures both the support form recipient and the displayed
support address.

Whitelabels with a different legal jurisdiction or entirely different
DPA text should override the page route from an extension. Phase 1
intentionally only supports field-level swaps.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(branding): add WHITELABEL.md and example branding extension

WHITELABEL.md: fork checklist, env var reference, the "do not change"
list (cookies, API key prefixes, invite token prefixes, MCP tool names,
gnubok-mcp npm package, GNUBOK_API_KEY env name), out-of-scope items,
the upstream sync workflow YAML to copy into a fork, conflict avoidance
guidance, and a verification checklist.

extensions/general/_example-branding/: copy-paste starter extension with
index.ts (commented placeholder values for registerBrandingService),
manifest.json, and README.md. Disabled by default (not added to
extensions.config.json); whitelabels cp the folder, edit, and enable.

sectors.test.ts: bumped expected extension count 12 -> 13 to account
for the new starter extension on disk. The generated registry is
unchanged because the example is disabled.

The sync workflow YAML is documented inline in WHITELABEL.md rather
than checked in as a workflow file. It's only meaningful in a fork --
gnubok itself has nothing to sync from.

* fix(branding): address PR review — lazy support email + escape brand in HTML/XML

Three issues from code review:

P1 — lib/support.ts: SUPPORT_RECIPIENT_EMAIL was a module-level const,
evaluated at import time before extensions register branding overrides
via ensureInitialized(). Convert to getSupportRecipientEmail() lazy
accessor; update the only caller in app/api/support/contact/route.ts.
Extension-supplied supportEmail values now route correctly.

P2 — app/api/mcp-oauth/authorize/route.ts: appName was interpolated
into the consent page HTML without escapeHtml(), inconsistent with
the existing escaping of companyName. Wrap appName.toLowerCase() in
escapeHtml() at use sites in <title> and the body paragraph.

P2 — lib/salary/agi/xml-generator.ts and lib/salary/ku/ku10-generator.ts:
appName placed inside <gem:Programnamn> / <Programnamn> XML elements
without escapeXml(), the helper already used for other admin-controlled
fields in the same files. Wrap accordingly to prevent malformed XML if
a brand name contains XML reserved characters.

All admin-controlled inputs only — no user-exploitable path. Defense in
depth, not a known incident.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(branding): security follow-up — lazy metadata, SRU/email header sanitization

Self-audit after the PR review surfaced four more concerns. Fixes them
with the same defense-in-depth posture as the prior review fixes.

1. app/layout.tsx — same eager-evaluation class as P1 support.ts. The
   module-level `const branding = getBranding()` froze branding before
extensions registered, so extension-based overrides for title,
description, themeColor, and apple-touch-icon silently never applied.
   - Convert to generateMetadata() / generateViewport() (lazy, run per
     request, see extension-registered overrides).
   - Inline getBranding() inside RootLayout for the apple-touch-icon
href so it picks up overrides too.
   - Add ensureInitialized() at module level so extensions are loaded
before the first metadata call. Mirrors the API route pattern.

2. app/manifest.ts — same class. The dynamic manifest function reads
getBranding() per request, but if the manifest is requested before
any other module has triggered ensureInitialized(), extensions are
still unloaded. Add ensureInitialized() at module level.

3. lib/reports/ink2/sru-generator.ts — appName interpolated into the
SRU `#PROGRAM` directive without sanitization. SRU's reserved char
is `#` (directive marker) and CRLF injects new directives. Wrap in
the existing sanitizeString() helper to match the pattern used for
other admin-controlled fields in this file (#NAMN, #ADRESS, etc.).

4. extensions/general/email/lib/resend-service.ts — appName and the
user-controlled fromName both flow into the From header. Resend's
API does its own validation, but defense in depth: strip CRLF and
angle brackets via a small sanitizeHeaderPart() helper before
   building the header string. fromName was a pre-existing surface;
appName is new with this whitelabel work.

All four are admin-controlled inputs (env vars or extension code),
not user-exploitable. No known incidents — defense in depth, and
correctness for extension-based whitelabels.

Jakob Wennberg 9753f18533 fix: address user feedback — RC preview, bank sync lookback, CSV import robustness (#233)
Three confirmed issues from user feedback:

1. Reverse charge preview now uses per-item VAT rates and correct accounts
   (2645/2647, 2614/2624/2634) instead of hardcoded 25%/2614
2. Bank sync uses 90-day lookback on first sync (when last_synced_at is null)

Jakob Wennberg d0b3f21bde feat: remove AI extensions, restructure settings, and add atomic voucher commits (#157)
Remove AI-dependent extensions (ai-chat, ai-categorization, receipt-ocr,
invoice-inbox) and their infrastructure (lib/ai/*, ai-consent, LangChain/
Anthropic/OpenAI deps) to simplify core and reduce bundle size.

Restructure monolithic settings page into dedicated sub-pages (company,
bookkeeping, invoicing, tax, banking, api, account, team, templates) with
shared layout and sidebar navigation.

Add atomic commit_journal_entry RPC so voucher number increment and status
update happen in a single transaction — prevents burned numbers on constraint
failures. Add continuity check report and voucher gap explanation tracking.

Jakob Wennberg 77a316fec1 feat: move bank details from onboarding to first invoice creation (#140)
* feat: event log, pending operations, and MCP staging

- Event log system: persist bus events to event_log table for external
automation platforms. Batch insert for transaction.synced. Daily
  cleanup cron at 02:00 UTC.
- Pending operations: MCP write tools (categorize, create customer,
create invoice) now stage to pending_operations instead of executing
directly. Users review and commit/reject from /pending in the web UI.
- Granskning page: card-based review UI with expandable previews,
commit/reject dialogs. Only shown in nav when pending ops exist.
- Commit route re-executes using core lib functions (no extension
imports). Guards against stale state (double-commit, deleted entities).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat: stage new MCP write tools after main merge

Add staging for 4 new write tools from #133:
- mark_invoice_paid, send_invoice, mark_invoice_sent,
  match_transaction_invoice
- Expand pending_operations CHECK constraint
- Add commit executors with full execution logic
- Add UI labels and generic preview component
- Remove confirm parameter from categorize (single-call staging)
- Fix UUID in pending op title (fetch transaction description)
- Hide Granskning nav when no pending ops

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: address PR review feedback

- Fix TS build error: use `select('*, customer:customers(*)')` for
match_transaction_invoice to avoid array type inference
- Add status guard to commitSendInvoice (prevents duplicate sends)
- Replace auth.admin.getUserById with user email from session auth
- Restore optimistic lock check in commitMatchTransactionInvoice
- Fix tool description typo: expense_software → expense_office

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat: add support contact links and improve SIE import UX

Add a SupportLink component with a contact dialog throughout the app
(nav, help page, settings, MFA, error pages, empty states). Improve
SIE import flow with phased loading states, structured skip breakdowns,
and an elapsed-time counter. Fix MFA enroll stale factor cleanup and
URL encoding for settings return path.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: address PR review — open redirect, XSS, test cleanup, fallback email

- Validate returnTo is a relative path in MFA enroll (prevents open redirect)
- Add afterEach import to event-log-handler tests (fixes handler leak)
- HTML-escape user-supplied subject and message in support email body
- Replace hardcoded personal email with support@gnubok.se fallback

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat: move bank details from onboarding to first invoice creation

Bank details (account, bankgiro, invoice prefix) are now collected
contextually when the user creates their first invoice, rather than
during onboarding where most users skip them. This ensures invoices
always have payment information on the PDF.

- Remove onboarding step 5 (bank details), simplify to 4 steps
- Delete Step6ConnectBank component
- Add BankDetailsSetupDialog with bank account, bankgiro (Luhn),
IBAN/BIC (collapsible), and invoice prefix fields
- Intercept at "Granska & skapa" for invoice document type only
(proforma and delivery notes pass through without bank details)
- Show soft info banner on invoice form when bank details are missing
- Add controlled mode (value/onChange) to BankNameCombobox for reuse

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: address PR review — null-check race, escape key, starting number

- Fix P1: use `hasBankDetails === false` instead of `!hasBankDetails`
to avoid treating null (loading) state as missing bank details
- Fix P2: remove onEscapeKeyDown override so keyboard users can
dismiss the dialog (WCAG AA compliance)
- Add starting invoice number field alongside prefix, so users can
choose e.g. starting at 14 instead of 1

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat: skip auto-categorization during bank sync when SIE overlap detected

Prevents double-booking when bank transactions are synced for a period
that already has journal entries from a SIE import. Reconciliation still
links transactions to existing GL lines; only new journal entry creation
is suppressed. A batch reconciliation sweep runs post-sync to catch
additional matches.

Transactions audit + hardening:
- Add pagination (200 per page) with "Ladda fler" button
- Replace height animation with transform-only exit animation
- Show batch progress in floating action bar during processing
- Fix batch bar mobile overlap (bottom-20 on mobile)

- Add safe area padding to fullscreen swipe view
- Add response.ok check to suggestion fetch
- Add truncation to invoice number buttons

Invoicing audit:
- Remove border-l-4 accent pattern from invoice cards
- Replace string concatenation with cn() utility

Systemic sweep (34 files):
- All page headings: font-bold → font-display font-medium (Fraunces)
- All stat numbers: font-bold → font-display font-medium tabular-nums
- All hard-coded blue/amber/emerald colors → design tokens
- Remove all dark mode overrides (tokens handle automatically)
- Tint pure white card background to 99%

Design context added to CLAUDE.md with brand personality,
aesthetic direction, and 5 design principles.

* fix: bookkeeping flow audit — design system, accessibility, UX

- Replace raw <select> with shadcn Select component (JournalEntryForm)
- Add confirmation dialog for account deletion (ChartOfAccountsManager)
- Remove console.error from production code (JournalEntryList, JournalEntryForm)
- Fix contradictory h-7/min-h-[44px] button sizing → h-10 (ChartOfAccountsManager)
- Increase BAS catalog "Lägg till" touch target h-7 → h-9
- Improve loading state with spinner (JournalEntryList)
- Improve empty state with icon, description, and guidance (JournalEntryList)
- Add response.ok check on journal entry fetch
- Add aria-expanded to entry expand buttons
- Add tabular-nums to desktop debit/credit columns

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: onboarding and empty state improvements

Onboarding:
- Replace font-serif with font-display (Fraunces) for brand consistency
- Remove console.error calls from production code

Empty states:
- Fix broken /transactions/new link in EmptyTransactions (route doesn't exist)
- Add actionHref fallback to EmptyCustomers when no onAction prop provided
- Improve EmptyTransactions description copy

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: clarify Swedish UX copy — terminology, errors, descriptions

Terminology consistency:
- "Försenad" → "Förfallen" for overdue invoices (customers/[id])
- "bokföringsorder" → actionable description in bookkeeping page
- "verifikation har bifogats" → "underlag har bifogats" in doc warning
- "Fortsätt ändå" → "Bokför utan underlag" (specific action)

Error messages — replace generic "Fel" + "Något gick fel" with specific:
- "Något gick fel vid bokföring" → "Transaktionen kunde inte bokföras"
- "Något gick fel vid matchning" → "Transaktionen kunde inte matchas"
- "Kunde inte hämta X" → "Kunde inte ladda X" + recovery hint
- Add "Försök igen" guidance to all error toasts

Page descriptions — replace redundant with actionable:
- Invoices: "Skapa och hantera" → "Skicka, följ betalningar, skapa kreditnotor"
- Bookkeeping: list of features → actionable description

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: design critique — dashboard affordance, reports description

Dashboard:
- Add ChevronRight indicator to clickable summary cards
(Att få betalt, Koppla bank) to distinguish from static cards
- Add cursor-pointer to linked cards

Reports:
- Replace feature list description with actionable guidance
  "Huvudbok, grundbok..." → "Generera skattedeklarationer..."

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: replace generic "Fel" error toasts with specific messages

Deadlines: 5 generic "Fel" → specific per-action titles
  (create, toggle, edit, delete, load)
Expenses detail: 5 generic "Fel" → specific per-action titles
  (load, approve, pay, credit, delete)
Expenses new: 3 generic "Fel" → instructional validation messages
(supplier name, supplier selection, invoice number)
Customers: 1 generic "Fel" → specific load error with recovery hint

All error toasts now follow pattern:
title = what failed, description = how to recover

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: replace all remaining generic "Fel" error toasts (37 instances)

Systematic sweep across 12 dashboard pages replacing generic
title: 'Fel' with context-specific error titles:

- Load errors: "Kunde inte ladda [resurs]"
- Action errors: "[Åtgärd] misslyckades"
- Validation: "[Fält] saknas"

Every error toast now tells the user what failed without needing
to read the description. Recovery hints added where missing.

* fix: import flow — normalize stat typography, remove console.warn

- Replace font-bold with font-display font-medium on 13 stat numbers
  across SIEPreviewStep, BankFilePreviewStep, BankFileConfirmStep,
ImportResultStep (missed by systemic sweep since these are in
  components/import/, not app/(dashboard)/)
- Add tabular-nums to stat numbers displaying counts/currency
- Remove console.warn in ArcimMigrationWorkspace

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: final cleanup — console statements, remaining font-bold stats

Remove production console statements:
- Step1EntityType: remove debug console.warn (dead code after onNext)
- TransactionBookingDialog: remove console.error on doc link failure
- JournalEntryAttachments: remove 3 console.error calls

Normalize remaining font-bold stat displays:
- SwipeCategorizationView: 3 instances (completion, amount displays)
- NEDeclarationView: yearly result heading + value

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: address Greptile review feedback

loadMoreTransactions: add inbox item enrichment matching fetchTransactions
- Paginated transactions now fetch invoice_inbox_items in parallel
- Fixes missing document indicator, template suggestions, and inbox
match card for transactions loaded via "Ladda fler"

fetchAllPages: add maxPages guard (default 500) to prevent infinite loop
- If Arcim gateway returns hasMore:true indefinitely, the loop now
exits after 500 pages instead of running forever

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs: minimize CLAUDE.md — remove derivable content, fix stale data

Remove ~230 lines (51% reduction) of content that duplicates what's
already in the source code (directory tree, function tables, type
definitions, migration lists). Update migration count (63→65), add
missing test helpers, fix cron job list. Keep all high-value sections:
accounting guard rails, BAS accounts, VAT rutor, design context.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat: enable banking hardening, arcim entity inference, SIE import fixes, and onboarding improvements

- Enable Banking: OAuth CSRF state tokens, JWT caching, retry with timeouts, raw PSD2 response archival (BFL 7 kap), expired/error connection UI, consent expiry notifications, pagination safety limits
- Arcim migration: Smarter entity type inference from org numbers, VAT prefixes, company name suffixes (GmbH, Ltd, etc.), and country codes
- SIE import: Parser and import fixes with new migration
- BAS accounts: Added vehicle accounts (1241, 1242, 1249, 1259)
- Dashboard: New SIE import and stale uncategorized transaction queries
- Onboarding: Enhanced NewUserChecklist
- Period service: Improvements with updated tests
- Transaction ingest: Updated logic and tests

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: address Greptile review — credit note type, EU country codes, notification thresholds, migration timestamps

- Fix dead ternary: credit notes now correctly stored as 'credit_note' instead of 'invoice'
- Add 'GR' (Greece ISO 3166-1) to EU_COUNTRIES alongside 'EL' (VAT prefix)
- Fix consent notification condition: fire at exactly 7 days or ≤3 days, not every day in 7-day window
- Deduplicate migration timestamps: rename SIE migration to 20260316120100
