Jakob Wennberg 9f7c842a33 feat(skatt): setup gates + auto-loading momsdeklaration across Skatt & bokslut tabs (#885)
* feat(skatt): setup gates + auto-loading momsdeklaration across Skatt & bokslut tabs

Every tab in the Skatt & bokslut nav group now tells an unconfigured user
what is missing and where to fix it, instead of dead-ending or rendering
zeros:

- Momsdeklaration: gates on vat_registered with a settings CTA; auto-fetches
the configured period on load and on every period change (no more "Hämta"
button); one period control (räkenskapsår picked inline for helårsmoms,
  shell selector + back link dropped via new ReportDescriptor.standalone);
raw <select>s replaced with the Select primitive; banner when moms_period
is missing; BankID connect returns to the page instead of the report
  library.
- Deadlines: callout (sv+en) when no system-generated tax deadlines exist —
they are derived from tax settings, so point at /settings/tax rather than
presenting an empty manual todo list.
- Årsbokslut: "no räkenskapsår yet" (CTA to bookkeeping settings) is now
distinguished from "nothing to close yet".
- Skattekonto: non-auth fetch failures render an error card with retry
instead of the misleading "inget saldo hämtat ännu" empty state.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(skatt): address bot review — res.ok guard, blocking moms_period gate, panel hidden while räkenskapsår unresolved

- Auto-fetch treats non-2xx or unparsable responses as errors (with retry)
  instead of rendering undefined data.
- momsPeriodMissing now blocks the declaration (EmptyState + settings CTA)
rather than fetching a guessed quarterly period behind a banner — a
declaration submittable for the wrong period type is a hazard, not a
  convenience.
- SkatteverketPanel is not rendered while yearly mode awaits a fiscal
period, so its actions can never target an unconfirmed period.

Mattsson 237b77a366 feat: custom inbound mail domains, rot/rut payout file, invoice email texts, security hardening (#878)
* fix(security): guard MCP test keys, RLS role gate + voucher RPC guards, /api MFA gate, deps

- MCP: force dry-run / block writes for test-mode API keys in tools/call (extensions/general/mcp-server)
- DB: current_user_can_write role gate on write policies (40 tables) + tenant guards, SET search_path, REVOKE anon on commit_journal_entry / next_voucher_number / detect_voucher_gaps (migration 20260702093000)
- Middleware: MFA (AAL2) gate on cookie-authenticated /api routes via apiPathSkipsMfaGate
- Deps: npm audit fix clears mailparser/linkify-it/nodemailer/svix/uuid highs; xlsx -> SheetJS 0.20.3

Adds unit + pg-real tests. Does not touch in-progress ROT/RUT or invoice-email-texts work.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(invoices): rot/rut begäran om utbetalning — HUS XML (V6), payout tracking + settlement, MCP tool

Generates Skatteverkets begäran-om-utbetalning file (schema V6) from paid
ROT/RUT invoices — no submission API exists, the file is uploaded manually
at skatteverket.se. Headless by design for now: API routes + MCP tool
(gnubok_generate_rot_rut_file), no UI surfaces.

- lib/invoices/rot-rut-file.ts: pure XML generator with deterministic
per-invoice blockers (hours, work type, personnummer, property info,
mixed rot+rut, XSD limits) + 31 January deadline warnings
- rot_rut_payout_requests(+items) tables: one active begäran per invoice
(DB triggers incl. reactivation guard), RLS, audit, pg-real tests
- Settlement: POST /settle books debit 1930 / credit 1513 via the engine
  (source_type rot_rut_payout); partial payouts → partially_paid
- Work-type lists corrected against Begaran.xsd: IT-tjänster is rut-only,
  snöskottning/tillsyn/tvätt added (schablontjänster utfört-only)
- Fix: invoice-level fastighetsbeteckning was validated but never
persisted — now stamped onto rot lines in build-invoice-write; API
accepts bostadsrätt pair (lägenhetsnr + BRF orgnr, editor UI deferred)
- invoice_items.brf_org_number migration + MCP scope invoices:write

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(invoices): per-company editable invoice email texts

Add an "E-posttexter" section under Settings -> Fakturering where the
subject, greeting, body and sign-off of the standard invoice email can
be customized per company in Swedish and English. Fields pre-fill with
the standard texts and only diffs from the standard are stored
(company_settings.invoice_email_texts JSONB), so future improvements to
the stock wording still reach companies that have not customized. Each
field has a reset-to-standard button; cleared fields snap back.

Texts support a fixed placeholder set (invoice number, customer name,
first name, company, due date, amount) substituted at send time in a
single pass; unknown placeholders stay literal. Custom texts are
HTML-escaped after substitution, newlines become <br> in the HTML
variant, and subject lines are flattened to a single header line.
Overrides apply to standard invoices only - credit notes, proforma and
delivery notes keep the stock texts. All send paths (UI, v1 API, MCP
approval, recurring) pick the texts up via the existing settings row.

The Zod schema half of this change (InvoiceEmailTextsSchema in
lib/api/schemas.ts) was inadvertently included in 8291f745.

* fix(documents): accept PDFs with preamble before %PDF- header, surface content rejections as 400

detectFileMagic required the %PDF- signature at byte 0 (BOM aside),
rejecting genuine PDFs that carry a leading newline or junk bytes —
files every ISO 32000 reader opens fine. Now scan the first 1024 bytes
for the signature, matching real-reader behavior. Image types stay
strict at offset 0 to keep the anti-placeholder defense tight.

Magic-byte rejections were also mislabeled as DOC_UPLOAD_STORAGE_FAILED
(500 'Filen kunde inte sparas'), blaming storage for a client-side file
problem. Both upload routes now map them to a new
DOC_UPLOAD_INVALID_CONTENT (400) with an accurate message.

* feat(bookkeeping): full keyboard flow for manual journal entry

Enter now drives the whole verifikat flow: verifikationstext drops into
the first row missing an account, konto commits advance to debet, Enter
on an empty debet hops to kredit, and an entered amount jumps to the
next row. Once the voucher balances, Enter opens the review (unchanged
gate) and the auto-focused confirm posts it — including through the
no-underlag warning dialog. Escape in the inline review goes back to
the form.

Also fixes an Enter footgun in AccountCombobox: a bare Enter on a
freshly focused field no longer selects the first account in the list —
selection now requires typing or arrow navigation; otherwise Enter
re-commits the current value or bubbles to the form-level handler.

* feat: add custom inbound domains management for companies

- Implemented functionality to allow companies to claim and manage their own inbound email domains via Resend's API.
- Created a new table `company_inbound_domains` to store domain information, including status and DNS records.
- Added necessary RLS policies to restrict access based on user roles (owner/admin).
- Developed functions for domain normalization, validation, claiming, verification, and removal.
- Implemented webhook handling for domain status updates from Resend.
- Added comprehensive tests for RLS, constraints, and triggers related to the new domain management feature.

* fix: address PR #878 review findings and CI failures

- migrations: drop the ai_usage_tracking policy block from the role-gate
migration — the table was removed by 20260504120000_remove_ai_subsystem
and only lingers on staging as drift; a from-scratch chain (pg-real,
  Supabase preview) failed on it
- invoice-inbox: never flip a custom domain to verified off a domain.updated
webhook alone — confirm the receiving capability with Resend first
(fail-closed); normalize both sides of the orphan-adoption domain match
- rot/rut: block files where begärt belopp exceeds what the buyer paid
(DEDUCTION_EXCEEDS_PAYMENT); tighten brf_org_number validation to real
orgnr shapes; parameterize the settlement bank account (19xx, default 1930)
- rot/rut routes: log acting user on financial mutations, stop swallowing
item mirror errors, narrow response projections (no customer ids through
the invoice join); document the deliberate inline-XML decision
- documents: stop echoing raw storage-layer error messages to clients

* fix: round-2 CI + compliance findings on PR #878

- migrations: the role-gate migration targeted automation_webhooks, which
20260515170000_webhooks_v2 renamed to webhooks on the canonical chain
(staging kept the old name — drift); gate public.webhooks instead,
dropping legacy schema-sync policy names defensively. Restore the
20260623130000 owner fallback in next_voucher_number that the stale
copied-verbatim body silently reverted (caught by engine.pg locally).
Full migration chain verified from scratch against supabase/postgres:15.
- mcp: bump the tools/list payload ceiling 44K -> 45K — main's #877
qualified-identifier schemas plus this branch's rot/rut tool crossed the
ceiling only in combination; documented in the test's history log.
- rot/rut: refuse partial settlement before Skatteverkets beslut is
  recorded (would bypass the PATCH lifecycle and strand the request);
block zero-kronor ärenden (ZERO_DEDUCTION); require sekelsiffra 16 on
12-digit brf orgnr in both schema validation and normalizeBrfOrgNr

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: rename branch migrations off main's colliding versions

After the merge with main, two versions were shared by two files each
(20260702100000: rot_rut_payout_requests vs company_settings_dimensions_
enabled; 20260702130000: invoice_email_texts vs pending_operations_add_
create_dimension_value). psql-based CI applies by filename and doesn't
care, but Supabase branching records migrations by version (PK) — the
second file with the same version breaks the preview with a
schema_migrations_pkey duplicate. Neither branch migration is version-
recorded on staging or prod, so renaming to fresh 20260703 versions is
safe; nothing between the old and new positions depends on these objects.

* fix(security): scope the /api MFA-gate bypass to real Bearer-auth surfaces

Any Authorization header — attacker-controlled — used to skip the AAL2
gate for every /api route, so a stolen-password AAL1 cookie session could
reach cookie-authenticated routes (which ignore the header) by attaching
`Authorization: x`. The skip is now scoped to the surfaces whose auth
contract IS the header (/api/v1 API keys, the MCP endpoint's OAuth
tokens); pure Bearer callers elsewhere (cron secret, signed webhooks)
carry no cookie session and were never touched by the gate, which only
fires for cookie users. Superagent P2 on PR #878.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test: normalize path separators in dimension statutory guard scan

The route scan compared walked file paths against a POSIX-path allowlist,
so the suite failed on Windows (backslash separators) while passing on
Linux CI. Normalize the scanned paths to forward slashes.

Jakob Wennberg fb3fe82a56 feat(dimensions): PR5 SIE round-trip — lossless dimension import + undo lockstep (#866)
* feat(dimensions): PR5 SIE round-trip — lossless dimension import, registry upsert, undo lockstep

SIE import previously parsed and silently DISCARDED all dimension data
(object lists at sie-parser.ts:651-654, #DIM/#OBJEKT in the ignore list at
:689). Import is now lossless — the dimensions plan PR5 milestone.

Parser: #TRANS object lists ({1 "KS01" 6 "P001"}) land on the line as an
SIE-dim-no → code map (canonical numeric keys, quoted codes, malformed
pairs warn); #DIM/#UNDERDIM/#OBJEKT parse into registry records. OIB/OUB
stay ignored (dimension reporting is P&L-only in v1).

Importer (lib/import/sie-dimensions.ts): upserts missing dimensions/
dimension_values rows — never renames existing ones (ON CONFLICT DO
NOTHING); undeclared reserved numbers synthesize their SIE-standard names
(mirroring the export's orphan synthesis); codes violating the registry
CHECK are skipped with a warning but survive verbatim on lines (documented
legacy-free-text exception). Bulk voucher insert now writes the dimensions
jsonb + cost_center/project mirrors via the sanctioned dual-write helpers
(no trigger suppression needed — the immutability trigger guards
UPDATE/DELETE, not INSERT). Import auto-enables dimensions_enabled with a
result-card notice (pre-authorized by the column comment). arcim-migration
provider syncs inherit all of it via the shared parser/importer.

Undo lockstep (migration 20260702154500): created_by_import_id provenance
on both registry tables (ON DELETE SET NULL); undo_sie_import deletes the
values/dimensions the undone import introduced when no remaining
posted/reversed line references them — user-created rows and rows other
bookkeeping references are untouched. The registry guard triggers act as
backstop. replace_sie_import deliberately skips the lockstep (re-import
re-upserts the same codes). Six pg-real tests cover the lockstep.

Round-trip pinned by test: parse → import state → export → parse preserves
declarations (#UNDERDIM parent links included), values, and per-line object
lists — including synthesis of referenced-but-undeclared values.

* fix(dimensions): restate function-local statement_timeout on undo_sie_import

CREATE OR REPLACE resets proconfig, so the 290s timeout from 20260629160100
was silently dropped — regressing service-client bulk deletes to the
authenticator role's 8s limit. Caught by sie-import.replace.pg.test.ts in CI.
Full pg-real suite green (483/483, TZ=UTC).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(dimensions): surface OIB/OUB drops and dimension presence as parse-level info (#866 review)

Dropping object-balance records must never be silent — one info issue counts
the skipped #OIB/#OUB rows (object-level balances are P&L-out-of-scope in
v1), and a second announces dimension data before the user executes the
import (the preview step renders parse issues), so the auto-enable notice is
no longer purely post-hoc.

Triage notes for the remaining findings: the RPC's opening SELECT is the
company-ownership check the swarm asked for; registry writes are RLS-bound;
line-verbatim codes are the documented legacy-free-text exception; export
emits no #KSUMMA so there is nothing to recompute; SIE dims 3–5 are
"reserved for future use" with no standard names, so generic synthesis is
spec-correct; ON DELETE SET NULL is deliberate — provenance is operational
metadata for undo, not räkenskapsinformation (the guarded journal lines
are), and RESTRICT would block legitimate post-retention housekeeping.

Jakob Wennberg 01dbef4015 feat(dimensions): PR4 reports — dimension-filtered P&L + Resultat per projekt/kostnadsställe (#862)
* feat(dimensions): PR4 reports — dimension-filtered P&L everywhere + Resultat per projekt/kostnadsställe

The Project P&L milestone of the dimensions plan (dev_docs §7 PR4).

One choke point lights up everything: generateTrialBalance gains
options.dimensions (SIE dim → code map) pushed down as jsonb containment
(dimensions @>, served by idx_jel_dimensions_gin) on both line queries, with
company-wide opening balances dropped when filtered (they cannot be
dimension-scoped; P&L-safe by whitelist). Resultatrapport, resultaträkning,
huvudbok, monthly-breakdown and the TB drill-down inherit the filter; the
KPI route filters only its P&L-side inputs (income statement, months,
expense composition) — never cash/VAT.

New report lib/reports/dimension-pnl.ts — "Resultat per projekt/
kostnadsställe" (Fortnox Resultatrapport projekt): value-as-column matrix
over one dimension with an explicit "(Utan dimension)" bucket computed as
the residual against the same trial-balance pass resultatrapport uses, so
every row and the Totalt column reconcile with the unfiltered
resultatrapport by construction. Registered in REPORT_CATALOG (visible only
when dimensions_enabled), slug-routed view + xlsx export.

UI: DimensionFilter (dimension + value picker, persistent "Filtrerad — ej
fullständig rapport" chip) mounts in FocusedReport for catalog entries
flagged dimensions: true; huvudbok rows show line dim codes.

Statutory exclusion pinned by TEST, not convention:
lib/reports/__tests__/dimension-statutory-guard.test.ts fails if the filter
parser leaks into balance sheet, balansrapport, kassaflöde, VAT, SIE or
full-archive routes/generators, or if the catalog whitelist widens.

MCP: new gnubok_get_dimension_pnl (reports:read); dimensions filter arg on
get_trial_balance/get_income_statement/get_general_ledger with
resolve-don't-select (names → registry codes, resolution echoes);
query_journal totals fixed to aggregate the FULL match set (was silently
slice-scoped while claiming otherwise) with an honest totals_scope field,
plus group_by / group_by_dimension aggregation.

Also: voucher-detail dim-6 badge now uses the registry name instead of the
non-standard "PR" abbreviation (#859 review follow-up).

* fix(dimensions): address #862 review — export disclosure, prior-column suppression, period-label honesty, route hardening

- Filtered XLSX/PDF exports now carry the partial-view disclosure past the
file boundary (BFNAR 2013:2): filename suffix (-dim6-p001), a
"Filtrerad … — ej fullständig rapport" row on every sheet, and a header
  note/title line in the PDFs.
- Resultatrapport drops the prior-year column when a dimension filter is
active — project codes are time-limited under K2/K3, so "this code last
year" may be a different project (same rule as narrowed date ranges).
- dimension-pnl no longer accepts fromDate: the matrix is cumulative from
period_start by design (closing-balance semantics), and the period label
now states exactly that instead of echoing a lower bound that was never
applied. Routes/MCP tool updated to toDate-only.
- dimension-pnl routes 404 on an unknown/foreign period id and cap dim_no
to 4 digits (matching the MCP tool's PostgREST-path guard, which the
  generator now also enforces itself).
- Statutory-guard test's generateTrialBalance call-site scan is paren-aware
  instead of a 300-char window; added fully-untagged and injection-guard
  test cases.

Jakob Wennberg 8bb49c07a2 feat(dimensions): PR2 registry — CRUD API, register UI, settings toggle, SIE export on the new registry (#858)
* feat(dimensions): PR2 registry — CRUD API, register UI, settings toggle, SIE export on the new registry

Phase 2 of dev_docs/dimensions_implementation_plan.md. Companies with
dimensions_enabled=false (default) see zero change.

API:
- Dashboard CRUD: GET /api/dimensions (lazy-seeds system dims 1/6 via the
  ensure_company_dimensions RPC), PATCH /api/dimensions/[id] (is_system
  rename blocked), POST/PATCH/DELETE values (code immutable after creation;
  strict Fortnox code format ^[A-Za-z0-9ÅÄÖåäö_+\-]{1,20}$ at the API layer;
retention-trigger deletes surface the Swedish "arkivera istället" message
  as 409 DIMENSION_VALUE_REFERENCED).
- POST /api/dimensions/import-existing — scans journal_entry_lines.dimensions
for unregistered codes and mints inactive placeholder registry rows.
- v1 public API: GET dimensions + POST values (Idempotency-Key, dry-run),
registered in the OpenAPI spec (102→104 endpoints).
- dimensions_enabled boolean on company_settings (new migration,
UI-visibility only, never correctness-bearing) exposed through the
  existing settings read/update path.

SIE export (lib/reports/sie-export.ts):
- Reads the new dimensions/dimension_values registry; legacy
cost_centers/projects tables now have zero readers (drop migration next).
- Fixes the latent Visma-rejection bug: #OBJEKT now declared for INACTIVE
  values referenced by lines.
- Generic-N: #DIM/#UNDERDIM loop sorted by sie_dim_no; #TRANS object lists
serialize from the line JSONB map (sorted, '01'→'1' collapse); orphan
codes/dims synthesize declarations from the SIE reserved-number seed —
every referenced (dim, code) pair is guaranteed declared.

UI:
- /dimensions register (Register-recipe): tabs per dimension, search,
sortable table, value dialog (code immutable on edit, projekt dates on
  dim 6), archive-not-delete affordances.
- DimensionCombobox shipped (mounts in the tagging PR).
- Settings toggle "Aktivera kostnadsställen & projekt" — toggle-on runs the
import-existing scan and links to the register.
- Nav row in redovisning, rendered only when dimensions_enabled (same
  mechanism as pays_salaries).
- dimensions.* i18n namespace (51 keys, sv/en parity).
- Sandbox seed: demo dims + values, revenue line tagged {"1":"BUTIK","6":"P001"}.

Verified: 6328/6328 unit tests, guard + coverage gate green, tsc parity with
main (210=210), production build passes.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(dimensions): PR2 review round — atomic archived-create, UNDERDIM ordering, import robustness, date semantics

- POST values accepts is_active so "create as archived" is atomic; the UI's
fragile create-then-PATCH fallback is deleted (PR Agent finding 1).
- DimensionCombobox blur revert reads the committed value/values through refs
so a selection landing inside the 150ms window always wins (finding 2).
- import-existing sanitizes candidate codes like the PR1 backfill and upserts
with ignoreDuplicates — one bad/duplicate code can no longer abort the
batch; created counted from returned rows (finding 3).
- SIE export emits all root #DIM before any #UNDERDIM so a parent always
  precedes a lower-numbered child (SIE4 declaration order — Swedish review);
synthesized placeholder declarations now log one structured warning
  (BFNAR 2013:2 behandlingshistorik) + defence-in-depth comment.
- Value dates rejected (400 DIMENSION_VALUE_DATES_NOT_ALLOWED) when the
parent dimension is flow-period (resets_annually=true); explicit null
  still clears (Swedish review).
- Sandbox seed logs seeded dimension codes; GET /api/dimensions documents
the deliberate absence of dimensions_enabled gating (UI-visibility flag,
not a security boundary — compliance-swarm V8.2.1 rejected by design).

Mattsson f63d3e3100 Bug/open banking flow (#854)
* fix(enable-banking): pin Mobile BankID (decoupled) auth_method so Handelsbanken corporate connects

We never sent auth_method to Enable Banking, so it fell back to the ASPSP's
visible default — REDIRECT for Handelsbanken. For Handelsbanken *corporate*
PSUs the redirect flow does not support Mobile BankID, so authorization failed
right after the user approved in the BankID app. Mobile BankID at Handelsbanken
is a DECOUPLED method flagged hidden_method=true, which Enable Banking only uses
when requested explicitly.

Resolve the bank's preferred auth method before /auth: query the ASPSP's
auth_methods and pick the DECOUPLED (Mobile BankID) method when present,
otherwise leave auth_method unset so banks that already work are untouched.
The method name is read dynamically per psu_type, so it is robust across
sandbox/production naming.

- api-client: add approach/hidden_method to AuthMethod, fix ASPSP.auth_methods
field name (was available_auth_methods, never populated), add
getPreferredAuthMethod(), thread optional authMethod through startAuthorization
- index: resolve authMethod in /connect and pass it on both fresh + reconnect
- tests: cover method selection and request-body shaping

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(invoice-inbox): clean up bulk-selection toolbar UI

Redesign the selection toolbar shown when inbox items are checked:
one solid primary "Bokför valda" button with outlined secondary
actions ("Fråga assistenten", "Ta bort") and a plain selection
count. Removes the redundant "Avmarkera" button (users uncheck the
still-visible box), fixes label clipping, and gives the toolbar more
breathing room.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore(entitlements): bypass paywall in local development

Add isPaywallBypassed() so all gated capabilities are testable locally
without a subscription. Fires only on NODE_ENV=development (npm run dev)
or an explicit DISABLE_PAYWALL=true escape hatch — production builds run
under NODE_ENV=production and the entitlement suite runs under 'test',
so both keep exercising the real gate.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(tic): resolve enskild firma bolagsuppgifter via 12-digit personnummer

TIC's Lens search is fuzzy and only resolves an enskild firma from the 12-digit (century-prefixed) personnummer; a 10-digit form fuzzy-matched an unrelated entity. Expand personnummer to 12 digits before querying and reject hits whose registration number is unrelated to the request. Add a "Hämta" action to the settings Bolagsuppgifter panel to (re)fetch on demand.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(transactions): implement categorize core for bank transaction categorization

- Added `categorize-core.ts` to handle categorization of bank transactions, supporting single and bulk operations.
- Introduced `categorizeMatchedTransaction` and `bulkBookMatchedInboxItems` functions for transaction processing.
- Implemented fiscal period validation and duplicate booking detection.
- Enhanced logging and error handling for transaction categorization.

feat(scripts): add diagnostic script for Handelsbanken ASPSP metadata

- Created `check-handelsbanken-aspsp.mjs` to fetch and display available authentication methods for Handelsbanken.
- Outputs metadata for business and personal PSU types, including default authentication methods.

fix(migrations): increase statement timeout for SIE bulk delete operations

- Updated `20260629160000_sie_bulk_delete_statement_timeout.sql` to set a longer statement timeout for bulk delete RPCs to prevent cancellations during large imports.

feat(migrations): add bulk book inbox items to pending operations

- Expanded `pending_operations` table to include `bulk_book_inbox_items` operation type in `20260630120000_pending_operations_add_bulk_book_inbox_items.sql`.
- Supports bulk booking of matched inbox items against bank transactions.

test(pg): add tests for replace_period_opening_balance_link RPC

- Implemented tests in `replace-period-opening-balance-link.pg.test.ts` to validate the functionality of the opening-balance correction flow.
- Ensured immutability of opening balance links and proper handling of posted vs. non-posted entries.

* fix(sie-export): update journal entries and lines handling in SIE export tests

* fix(migrations): resolve version collision on 20260629160000

The SIE bulk-delete statement_timeout migration shared version
20260629160000 with journal_entries_list_series_filter (merged from
main via #798/#823), causing a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate key
error on apply. Rename the branch's migration to 20260629160100.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(compliance): resolve compliance-swarm + review findings

- opening-balance/correct: compensating rollback for the non-atomic
storno+rebook so a mid-sequence failure never leaves two posted OB
entries (ASVS V2.3); durable audit event on every failure path
(V16); reference the original verifikationsnummer in the corrected
entry per BFL 5 kap 5§; document that requireWrite already enforces
  write-role + membership (V8.2.1 was a false positive)
- reports sources routes: validate the cursor date component as ISO
(/^\d{4}-\d{2}-\d{2}$/) before use, 400 on malformed (ASVS V1.2),
applied to both the VAT-declaration and trial-balance routes
- AgentSessionList: await the rename PATCH, revert the optimistic
title and toast on failure (ASVS V4.5)
- bank booking: exclude same-batch siblings from the booking-time
duplicate guard so bulk-booking distinct same-(date,amount)
transactions no longer false-positives; pre-existing duplicate
  detection is preserved
- BulkBookInboxDialog: drop the unsafe currency-based reverse_charge
default, add an omvänd skattskyldighet advisory, and type VAT
options to the backend VatTreatment union
- OpeningBalanceRowEditor: hold onChange in a ref (synced in effect,
not during render) so an unstable callback can't cause a render loop

Jakob Wennberg d63d2aecf0 feat: UI slop cleanup, invoice icon/header polish + year-end in Rapporter, journal-list DataList refactor (#847)
UI cleanup: removed AI-slop (redundant suppliers subtitle, decorative Sparkles glyph), decluttered the article-detail header (single status badge + muted type · #number), standardized the invoice icon Receipt→ReceiptText (no $ in a SEK app), and matched ReportExportMenu trigger size to the primary CTA on list pages.

Bookkeeping: surfaced year-end closing in Rapporter (catalog descriptor) and dropped the redundant header button; refactored JournalEntryList to DataList primitives + chunked /api/documents/counts in 50-ID batches (large pages previously 400'd); added optional fraction-digit overrides to formatCurrency. The fiscal-year lock indicator is preserved as a labeled Låst/Stängt badge in FiscalYearSelector.

All PR-bot findings triaged as false positives (unused import, formatCurrency öre, lock indicator) or intentional design (year-end placement, empty-state messaging). CI green.

Jakob Wennberg 46039f14f4 fix(reports): valid two-file NE-bilaga SRU submission (#318, #319) (#844)
* fix(reports): generate valid two-file NE-bilaga SRU submission (#318, #319)

The NE-bilaga "Ladda ner SRU" export produced a file Skatteverket rejects: it
was served as UTF-8 text/plain (å/ä/ö mojibake, #319) and was structurally
invalid — a single blob with #PRODUKT KONTROLLUPPGIFTER (the KU code), no
INFO.SRU/BLANKETTER.SRU split, a #SKAPAT typo, no #FIL_SLUT, and suspect field
codes 7310–7350 (#318).

Rewrite the generator to mirror the working INK2 generator: a two-file
INFO.SRU + BLANKETTER.SRU submission, ISO 8859-1 encoded and zipped, with
#PRODUKT SRU, #DATABESKRIVNING_*/#MEDIELEV_*, #BLANKETT NE-<år>P<x>,
#IDENTITET <personnummer12> <date> <time>, and #FIL_SLUT. Field codes use the
authoritative BAS NE_EJ_K1 coupling table (R1→7400 … R10→7505, R11→7440;
period dates 7011/7012). Enskild-firma identity is the owner's 12-digit
personnummer (birth-century prefix, not INK2's juridisk-person "16").

- Extract the shared ISO-8859-1 encoder to lib/reports/sru-encoding.ts (was
  inline in the INK2 route).
- Extend the NE engine/types to carry address/postort/email for INFO.SRU.
- Frontend: NE SRU download uses the INK2 blob pattern; fix a pre-existing
  param bug in EfDeclarationSection (fiscal_period_id → period_id, +format=sru).
- Add generator tests (structure, BAS field codes, zero-omission, ISO-8859-1).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(reports): address review feedback on NE-bilaga SRU generator (#318)

- getZipFilename uses the income year (fiscal year END) so the filename matches
the blankett type/identity for broken fiscal years.
- Refuse to generate a submission when the personnummer is missing/invalid
(compute + validate the 12-digit identity once in generateNESRUSubmission and
throw) instead of silently emitting a placeholder #IDENTITET that Skatteverket
  would reject after upload.
- validateBlanketterSru now asserts the mandatory räkenskapsår date fields
  (#UPPGIFT 7011/7012) — their absence is a level-2 rejection.
- 10-digit personnummer century is inferred from adult age (≥18, <110) at the
income year, fixing the e.g. 1924-born/yy=24 edge that mapped to 2024.

Jakob Wennberg f8504f3bd0 fix: audit batch — pagination truncation, MFA/dead-code cleanup, mark-paid fail-closed (#841)
* fix(reports): paginate 8 more report/ledger queries (1000-row truncation)

Raw .select() without fetchAllRows() silently caps at PostgREST's 1000-row
limit, producing wrong statutory output for high-volume companies. Following
#806 (trial-balance/VAT), wrap the remaining offenders in
fetchAllRows + a stable .order('id') + dedupeBy:

- ink2-engine / ne-engine: INK2 & NE-bilaga tax declarations under-counted
- ar-reconciliation (1510/1513), supplier-reconciliation (2440): phantom
  "Ej avstämd" gaps
- full-archive-export: 7-year DR archive (added a unique total order so rows
are not silently skipped/duplicated across pages)
- avgifter-basis, currency-revaluation, vat-declaration

Adds a regression guard test asserting >1000 ledger lines are summed, not
truncated at 1000.

* fix(api): close extension-dispatcher MFA gap, scope /api/events to API key, sweep dead code

Security/correctness:
- ext/[...path] dispatcher now uses requireAuth() instead of inline
supabase.auth.getUser(), enforcing MFA (AAL2) on hosted across the whole
enabled-extension surface (banking sync, document upload/booking, supplier
  invoices, migration). Ratchets antipatterns-baseline raw-route-auth 168->165.
- /api/events now filters by the API key's bound company_id instead of the
user's active company (was a cross-company read with a scoped key).
- enable-banking OAuth callback calls ensureInitialized() at module load so
  the PSD2 consent audit event (ASVS V16 / GDPR Art.30) isn't dropped on a
  cold-start instance.

Dead-code sweep (all confirmed zero importers):
- delete lib/tax/calculator.ts, lib/salary/engangsskatt.ts (+test),
  lib/email/resend.ts, lib/salary/salary-transaction-matcher.ts,
  lib/webhooks/diff.ts, lib/salary/effective-values.ts,
  lib/bookkeeping/template-prompt.ts
- trim unused lib/vat/eu-countries.ts helpers (keep EU_COUNTRIES)
- remove dead getAutomaticStatus() and the abandoned Activepieces CSP entry

* fix(invoices): fail closed when a payment journal entry doesn't post

Three mark-paid paths (legacy route, v1 API, agent commit) diverged on the
"mark paid but the JE failed" case — two would flip the invoice to paid (or
leave an orphaned posted voucher) with no booking, silently diverging the GL
from the AR/AP sub-ledger. Unify on fail-closed:

- legacy + v1 + agent commitMarkInvoicePaid: never mark paid without a posted
voucher; on a null/failed JE return INVOICE_PAID_BOOK_FAILED before any
state mutation (v1 mirrors the match-invoice strict mode).
- agent path: add the .in('status',[...]).select('id') CAS guard and cancel
the orphaned voucher (cancelOrphanedPaymentEntry) on a lost race or update
  error, matching the web route.
- legacy route: cancel the orphan on a non-race update error too (was only
  handled on the race branch).
- supplier mark-paid: stop swallowing a failed supplier_invoice_payments
insert — that row drives the reversal amount in payment-sync; roll back the
status flip and cancel the voucher instead.
- pending-ops orchestrator: error-check the terminal 'committed' write so an
op stranded in 'committing' (the expire sweep only targets 'pending') is at
  least logged loudly.

Adds a guard test for the legacy fail-closed path. Full unit suite green.

* fix(ci): unblock core build + address compliance-review findings

- avgifter-basis.ts: fix the core-build TypeScript error — PostgREST's
type-level select parser models the salary_run embed as an array, which
wasn't assignable to the object-typed generic. Type it `unknown` (rows are
read via an explicit cast), making it robust across postgrest-js versions.
- /api/events: add a non-null companyId guard before the event_log query
  (defense-in-depth for the API-key-bound scope) — addresses ASVS V8.2.1 /
  ISO A.5.15.
- supplier mark-paid: add a CAS guard (.eq('status', newStatus)) to the
payment-insert-failure rollback so a concurrent settlement can't be
  clobbered — addresses ASVS V2.3.
- dispatcher: add an AAL2 regression test asserting a non-MFA session is
rejected (403) and the extension handler never runs — addresses the
GDPR Art.32 review ask for the single extension chokepoint.

Verified deletions are safe: effective-values.ts was a dead duplicate — the
live AGI/payslip path inlines the same `?? override` coalescing
(generate-declaration.ts), so AGI correctness is unaffected.

next build: exit 0. Full unit suite: 6147 passing. ESLint clean.

Jonas Flodén 837f354d81 fix(sie): add ?encoding=cp437 for legacy bookkeeping software (#810)
* fix(sie): add ?encoding=cp437 option for legacy bookkeeping software

SIE spec mandates CP437 (#FORMAT PC8) but accounted generates UTF-8.
Most modern cloud tools (Fortnox, Bokio) accept UTF-8 fine, so UTF-8
remains the default. Pass ?encoding=cp437 to get a properly encoded
CP437 binary with #FORMAT PC8 in the header, required by desktop
software such as Visma Administration and BL Administration.

Removes the spurious #FORMAT PC8 tag from the default UTF-8 output
since declaring CP437 while serving UTF-8 caused mojibake on import.

Jakob Wennberg e4a9fdb4a6 fix(reports): add missing allLines mock to SIE OB-exclusion test (#828)
#824 moved per-entry line fetching into a single paged journal_entry_lines
join query. #809's OB-exclusion test was branched before #824, so its mock
queue lacked that response — every later mock shifted by one and the #OBJEKT
projects loop read journal-line objects (no .code), throwing TypeError on main.

Adds the journal_entry_lines (allLines) mock with lines keyed by
journal_entry_id. Test-only; no production code change. Restores green main.

Jonas Flodén b2aa79d553 fix(reports): exclude opening-balance entry from SIE #UB movement (#809)
* fix(reports): exclude opening-balance entry from SIE #UB movement

getOpeningBalances() returns obEntryId so callers can exclude the OB
entry from period queries to prevent double-counting. sie-export.ts was
discarding obEntryId, so the OB entry's lines were counted in both
openingBalancesByAccount and calculateBalances. The double-count
cancelled the real net movement, leaving #UB = #IB for any account
that was zeroed out during the year (e.g. a closed bank account).

Fix: filter the OB entry out into periodEntries before the #VER loop
and calculateBalances, matching the pattern already used by
trial-balance.ts and general-ledger.ts.

Jakob Wennberg 4872c0f242 fix(reports): stable total order on SIE-export fetchAllRows paging (#793 hardening) (#824)
#820 fixed the primary #793 truncation (the nested embedded-resource select hit
PostgREST's row ceiling, exporting ~30 vouchers) by splitting entries and lines
into two fetchAllRows calls. But both queries paged without a stable TOTAL order:
the entries query ordered by voucher_number alone (not unique across voucher
series) and the lines query had no .order() at all. Per the fetch-all.ts
invariant, .range() paging without a unique total order can duplicate or skip
rows across the 1000-row boundary — so a year with >1000 entries/lines and
multiple series could still drop or double a voucher in the SIE file (BFL
completeness).

- Entries: order by voucher_series + voucher_number (unique per company+period).
- Lines: order by the line PK id.
- Both carry dedupeBy: r => r.id as defense-in-depth, mirroring the general
ledger / trial balance fix in #811.
- Give the large-period test's line fixtures unique ids so the >1-page dedupe
path is exercised realistically (all 5000 lines survive).

Mattsson 60e33c4b51 Fix/cus fee 28 (#820)
* feat(invoices): add Plusgiro input to bank details settings

Plusgiro was already persisted, validated by the API schema, rendered on
the invoice PDF and toggleable via "Visa plusgiro" — but the settings UI
had no field to enter the number, so plusgiro-only users could not fill
it in. Add the input next to Bankgiro with Luhn validation and hyphen
formatting, include it in the save payload (normalised on save so raw
digits still match the dashed schema format), and add sv/en strings.

Adds validatePlusgiroNumber/formatPlusgiroNumber helpers + tests.

* fix(invoices): respect non-VAT-registered seller in PDF preview + portal tooltips

Two user-reported bugs:

- PDF preview (/api/invoices/preview-pdf) ignored company.vat_registered and
fell back to the customer-driven 25% rate, so a non-momsregistrerad seller
saw VAT in the review step even though the created invoice books none. Mirror
the server-side write gate (build-invoice-write.ts): force 0% when
vat_registered is false (delivery notes excepted).

- InfoTooltip rendered TooltipContent without a Portal, so tooltips were
clipped by the scrollable DialogContent (overflow-y-auto) in the send-invoice
  journal-entry review. Wrap in TooltipPrimitive.Portal.

* fix(transactions): book library mall from its literal lines, not a lossy fallback

Booking a bank transaction with a user-created booking-template (mall) via the
convertible "QuickReview" fast path reduced the template to a single category +
one account_override, silently discarding the chosen debit/credit. A
kundinbetalning mall (D 1930 / K 1510) booked as a generic cost (D 6991 / K 1930),
or with a VAT line as D 1930 / K 1930 / K 2611 — and the result flipped with the
direction inferred from the business/settlement line tags, so visually-identical
templates produced different verifikationer.

Route every library template through the journal-entry editor (applyTemplate ->
/book), which posts the literal lines, regardless of convertibility. Add
regression tests locking the contract.

* fix(bookkeeping): make the booking-time duplicate guard bypassable

TRANSACTION_BOOK_POSSIBLE_DUPLICATE told users they could "book anyway" but
the UI dead-ended on a toast with no way to do so. Add a shared
DuplicateBookingDialog that surfaces the already-booked sibling and lets the
user review it or book anyway (force bound to the reviewed candidate, which
the server re-detects so a stale id cannot wave the guard away).

- Wire the dialog into the /transactions categorize flow and the manual
  booking dialog (JournalEntryForm -> /api/transactions/[id]/book)
- Bind the override to expected_duplicate_transaction_id OR
expected_duplicate_journal_entry_id so ledger-only vouchers (paid invoice,
salary run) can be confirmed too
- Extend the guard to the pending-operations commit path and the MCP server
- Tests for book/categorize routes, detection, and the commit guard

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bookkeeping): log duplicate-guard bypass to behandlingshistorik in the agent commit path

The web /book and /categorize routes append a durable
BankTransactionDuplicateDismissed event when a user books over a detected
possible double-booking. The agent commit path (commitCategorizeTransaction,
commitMarkInvoicePaid) skipped the guard silently on allow_duplicate=true,
leaving no behandlingshistorik — an auditor could not reconstruct why the
duplicate was allowed (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8).

When allow_duplicate=true, re-detect the candidate and append the dismissal
event (BankTransactionDuplicateDismissed for the bank-line path,
InvoiceDuplicatePaymentDismissed for mark-paid). Best-effort — a logging
failure never blocks a legitimate booking. Payloads stay PII-safe (ids,
amounts, dates only — no customer or merchant name).

Also fix the misleading DuplicateBookingDialog JSDoc: the retry binds
expected_duplicate_journal_entry_id, not candidate.transaction_id, so the
systemdokumentation matches the actual control (BFL 7 kap).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(mcp-server): stub booking-duplicate guard in receipt-matcher categorize tests

The gnubok_categorize_transaction tool runs the booking-time duplicate guard
before staging; its detection queries consumed the queued supabase mock
results, so the staging assertions saw a thrown duplicate error instead of a
staged op. Mock detectBookingDuplicate to "no duplicate" since these tests
don't exercise that path.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(transactions): use roundOre for duplicate-guard öre rounding

Replace naive Math.round(x*100)/100 with roundOre() from @/lib/money in the
booking-time duplicate guard (detection lib, commit executor, MCP categorize
tool), satisfying the no-new-antipatterns ratchet guard.

* fix(sie-export): paginate journal entries and lines to prevent truncation

* fix(bookkeeping): keep the Verifikat/Utkast toggle reachable on an empty list

The journal entry list early-returned a pristine empty card whenever the visible list was empty and no filter was active, returning before the Verifikat/Utkast toggle rendered. This stranded users with only drafts (no posted entries) and users who emptied the drafts list, who then had to use the main menu to get back to posted entries.

Narrow the early return to a genuinely empty ledger (committed view, no drafts, no filters); make the in-list empty placeholder context-aware (no drafts / no filter matches / no posted entries yet); resolve the draft count before clearing loading on an empty committed list to avoid a toggle flicker.

* fix(enable-banking): persist psu_type and reuse it on reconnect

Reconnecting a bank connection re-derived psu_type from the company entity_type every time (aktiebolag -> 'business'), silently overriding the type the user actually authorized with. A connection that only signs as 'personal' — common for AB owners who use a personal Mobile BankID, notably at Handelsbanken — flipped back to 'business' on every consent renewal and failed at the bank's signing step.

- Add nullable bank_connections.psu_type column (idempotent migration)
- Persist psu_type on connect; on reconnect reuse the stored value (explicit client override still wins)
- Let users switch account type (Företag/Privat) from the reconnect button
- Tests for persistence, reuse, and override

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): set maxDuration=300 on bank-file execute to prevent timeout

A full-year bank file (300+ rows) runs a sequential per-row ingest that takes ~85s of server time. The execute route set no maxDuration, so it inherited the platform default and was killed mid-run — the import "spins then aborts" for the user. Match the SIE import route and give it a 5-minute budget.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(transactions): add assistant entry point on transaction rows

The agent ("Lena") could only be reached from Dokumentinkorgen, and only once an underlag was matched to a transaction. Transaktioner is the most common starting point for booking, so users could not start a booking with the assistant from there at all.

Add a per-row "Fråga [namn]" button on unbooked transaction rows that opens the existing transaction.categorization intent with the row's transaction_id. The intent already reads any linked underlag, so it works whether or not a receipt is attached. No new logic — only the missing entry point.

* feat(invoices): enable Swish payment QR on invoices

Flip SHOW_SWISH_ON_INVOICE on so the Swish row and payment QR render on the invoice PDF, and make the "Visa Swish" settings toggle live (it was hardcoded disabled). The preview-pdf route now builds the QR too, so it shows in forhandsvisning. Position the QR in the top-right of the payment box. No Swish API integration -- the QR is generated offline and prefills the customer Swish app; reconciliation stays via bank matching.

* fix(bookkeeping): scope verifikat list to current year, add storno action, clarify correction preview

Three UI fixes from user feedback; no engine logic changed.

- List defaults to the current räkenskapsår instead of all years. Voucher
numbers run per fiscal year (one A42/year), so showing every year at once
made them look like duplicates. New resolveCurrentPeriodId helper.
- Add 'Återför (storno)' action on the entry detail page and list row, wiring
the existing reverseEntry — a pure reversal (BFL 5 kap 5§) with no
  replacement, distinct from 'Rätta'.
- Correction 'Effekt per konto' preview now labels a removed account 'tas bort'
(vs a bare dash) and warns when the proposal is unbalanced; dialog explains
the rows are the full new verifikat.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bank_connections): add psu_type column to persist chosen authorization type

* feat(errors): add CannotReverseStornoError for handling reversal of storno or correction entries

Jakob Wennberg fce6faff2c fix(api): stabilize report pagination + declare real { data, meta } envelope on v1 single/write endpoints (#811)
* fix(reports): stabilize fetchAllRows paging to stop doubled/dropped balances (#790, #791)

PostgREST `.range()` paging is only correct when the underlying query has a
stable TOTAL order. Several aggregating report queries (general ledger, trial
balance, grundbok, supplier/AR ledgers, etc.) paginated without `.order()`, so
on datasets larger than one 1000-row page Postgres could return rows in a
different order between requests — silently DUPLICATING or SKIPPING rows on a
page boundary and doubling or dropping financial totals.

- fetch-all.ts: document the ordering invariant and add an optional
`dedupeBy` defense-in-depth that drops cross-page duplicates and warns when
it fires (surfaces a missing `.order()` in logs instead of corrupting money).
- Add a stable `.order()` (line PK or account_number) to every paginated query
in lib/reports/ and the account-balances route; pass `dedupeBy` on the
  money-aggregating line queries.
- Add fetch-all unit tests and update report test fixtures to carry row ids.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(api): declare the real { data, meta } envelope on v1 single/write/204 endpoints (#794)

The OpenAPI generator derives each endpoint's documented body purely from its
registered `response.success` Zod schema, and that schema is never validated at
runtime — so a route could advertise a shape its handler never sends. #802
fixed this for list endpoints; the same drift was latent on single-resource and
write endpoints, which declared the bare resource schema instead of the
`{ data, meta }` envelope the handlers actually return.

- registry.ts: extend `ResponseMetaSchema` with the optional `audit` block and
`partial_expansions` list that writes/expansions emit; add the `NoBodyResponse`
sentinel so 204 DELETE handlers document a bare 204 instead of a phantom 200.
- Wrap every single/write endpoint's `response.success` in `dataEnvelope(...)`
(or `NoBodyResponse` for 204s) across the v1 routes.
- Add a response-envelope contract test that fails CI if any JSON endpoint
forgets to wrap its schema, with binary downloads and 204s as the only
  exemptions.

* fix(reports): extend paging dedupeBy to rc-basis-gaps and opening-balances

Address PR review: these two money-aggregating line queries already had the
stable `.order('id')` (so paging was correct) but didn't carry `id` in the
select, so they couldn't use the `dedupeBy` defense-in-depth that general-ledger
and trial-balance got. Select `id` and pass `dedupeBy: r => r.id` so the whole
report layer applies the ordering invariant consistently.

Jakob Wennberg 739f18fd1c fix(reconciliation): drive bank avstämning period from the report header (#771) (#774)
The bank reconciliation view hosted its OWN FiscalYearSelector inside the
action bar — but that bar renders below the loading-skeleton early-return, so
the selector never mounted, its onReady/onChange never fired, the periodReady
gate never flipped, and the page hung on a permanent skeleton (#771).

Make the report period-scoped like the ledgers: lib/reports/catalog.ts marks
bank-reconciliation `params: 'fiscal'`, so the report page's räkenskapsår
selector owns the period. FocusedReport passes periodId + periodBounds down,
and BankReconciliationView takes them as props instead of self-selecting. The
window seeds from periodBounds and a periodId-keyed effect re-seeds (and writes
dateFromRef/dateToRef synchronously) on a year switch, preserving the #751
period-scoped IB-floor behaviour without the deadlock. Manual date edits still
apply on demand via "Filtrera".

* feat(api): test-mode API keys force dry-run on the v1 REST API

A key created with mode='test' (prefix gnubok_sk_test_) binds to the real
company, but the v1 wrapper forces dry_run on every write so nothing is
persisted or sent. Mutations on endpoints that can't be simulated
(dryRunSupported=false or unregistered) are refused with 403
TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED — fail-closed. Reads pass through unchanged and every
test-key response carries X-Gnubok-Mode: test. Live keys are unaffected
(mode defaults to 'live').

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(invoices): company default "Vår referens" + per-line sales-account override

Add company_settings.default_our_reference (settings form, schema, type); the
invoice editor pre-fills our_reference from it on new invoices only, never
overwriting an edited draft. Separately, add an optional per-line
försäljningskonto (class-3) override in the editor — left blank, the engine
still derives the revenue account from the VAT rate, and reverse-charge/export
lines ignore the override.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(invoices): render a Swish payment QR on invoice PDFs

Build the Swish "Type C" QR payload offline (no Swish API call) and embed it as
a PNG in the invoice PDF payment box when Swish display is enabled, the invoice
is in SEK, and the amount is positive. Also surface the invoice number in the
payment box. Wired through every PDF render path: send, mark-sent and pdf
routes (both legacy and v1), the recurring-schedule sender, and the staged-send
commit.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bookkeeping): draft exclusion + correction-chain collapse on verifikationslista

Extend list_fiscal_period_entries_with_related with two opt-in params:
p_exclude_draft (keep drafts off the committed list — they get their own
surface) and p_collapse_corrections (render a correction group as the single
live correction, hiding the mechanical storno and the reversed original).
Both default false; nothing is deleted, every voucher keeps its number, and a
"show all" toggle exposes the full chain.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(reports): link multi-year SIE periods so resultatrapport shows the prior year

SIE import now sets fiscal_periods.previous_period_id in both directions when
creating a period, so multi-year files chain correctly regardless of #RAR order.
A backfill migration repairs periods imported before this (idempotent; only
touches NULL links on first-of-month periods). generateResultatrapport falls
back to the date-adjacent prior period when the chain is still null, so the
comparison column works for legacy data too.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(articles): hide the VAT field for non-momsregistrerade companies

The article form reads company_settings.vat_registered and, when false, hides
the moms field and forces vat_rate to 0 on submit — mirroring the invoice
editor so a non-VAT-registered company never sets a rate it can't charge.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(import): allow file-based imports in the sandbox

Bank-file, CSV/Excel and SIE imports run entirely on uploaded data with no
external service, so they're now reachable in the sandbox. Only the API-backed
options that need live third-party credentials (PSD2 bank connection, provider
migration) stay disabled. Updates the sandbox notice copy to match.

* feat(bookkeeping): add edit draft functionality for journal entries

* feat(database): add default "Vår referens" column to company_settings for invoicing

* fix(tests): set SHOW_SWISH_ON_INVOICE to false in PDF template mocks

* @
fix(payments): use roundOre for Swish amount formatting

Jakob Wennberg 2d6ddeafc5 feat(import/export): article import + register export (xlsx/csv) (#750)
* feat(import/export): article import + register export (xlsx/csv)

Add CSV/Excel import for the article register (artiklar), mirroring the
existing customer/supplier import pipeline, plus Excel + CSV export for
articles, customers and suppliers.

Import (lib/import/articles + app/api/import/articles):
- Column auto-detection tuned to Fortnox/Visma/Bokio export headers,
Swedish-decimal price parsing, VAT snapped to {0,6,12,25}, type/unit
  normalization.
- Dedup by article number then name; 23505 soft-skip; auto-number
backfill; revenue-account override kept only when active, otherwise
dropped with a warning (never mutates the chart of accounts).
- New "Artiklar" flow in the /import hub.

Export (app/api/export/* + lib/export/register-export):
- Read-only xlsx (default) / csv (?format=csv, UTF-8 BOM) downloads.
- Headers chosen so files round-trip back through the importer.
- "Exportera" menu added to the articles, customers and suppliers pages.

Refs #746. Direct Fortnox/Visma API article fetch tracked in #749.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import/export): address PR review — lint ratchet + export hardening

- xlsx-export: keep `SheetSpec<any>` on the eslint-disabled line (fixes the
  core-only lint ratchet regression: no-explicit-any 16 -> 15) and define
UTF8_BOM as an explicit `` escape instead of a raw BOM character.
- export routes (articles/customers/suppliers): move the data queries inside
  the try/catch, add `Cache-Control: no-store`, and emit a `register exported`
audit log line (entity, format, rowCount).
- articles parse route: validate `column_overrides` against a Zod schema before
trusting it to drive the parser.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): drop öre-round pattern on article column-detector confidence

The confidence score is a 0-1 heuristic, not money, and is only compared
against the 0.8 skip-mapping threshold. Removing the Math.round(x*100)/100
form clears the core-only antipattern ratchet (naive-ore-round 660 -> 659).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(import): flag adjusted VAT rows in the article import edit step

Surface VAT snapping/defaulting per row, not just as a file-level warning:
the parser sets `vat_rate_adjusted`, the edit step highlights those rows'
VAT selector and shows a count banner, and confirming a rate clears the flag.
Addresses the Swedish-compliance review note that silent snapping could
otherwise store a wrong VAT rate at scale.

Jakob Wennberg e5f1d7a916 fix(reports): count reversed entries in bank/supplier/AR reconciliation (#734)
A reversed (storno-corrected) journal entry must be summed together with
its storno + correction, exactly as the trial balance and balance sheet
already do (.in('status', ['posted','reversed'])). The reconciliation
paths used posted-only and manufactured phantom differences.

- bank-reconciliation getReconciliationStatus: gl_1930_balance now counts
posted+reversed (so it equals the balansräkning for the account). Dropped
  the correction_adjustment subtraction and the reversed-linked-tx drop — a
corrected/amount-corrected bank receipt now reconciles. The prior model
broke once correctEntry began re-pointing the bank transaction to the live
correction (the two changes were mutually inconsistent and produced a
difference equal to the corrected amount).
- supplier-reconciliation (2440) and ar-reconciliation (1510/1513): same
posted -> posted+reversed fix. Removes the false "Ej avstämd" gap a fully
paid, fully corrected company shows — the books net to 0 over posted+reversed
while a posted-only query double-counted the payment legs.

Also in this change:
- MCP gnubok_get_reconciliation_status: add account_number param (was hardcoded
to 1930; the lib already supported per-account reconciliation).
- counterparty-templates normalizeCounterpartyName: strip trailing month /
personal-initials tokens so "ngrok JW" / "Ngrok Mars" learn as one merchant.
- pending-operation reject 409 (route + MCP tool): clarify a resolved op was
approved explicitly (no auto-commit path exists) instead of a bare
  "already committed".
- create_voucher: normalize description with String().trim() for consistency
  with line_description.
- migration 20260625120000: backfill stripped diacritics on ~830 companies'
seeded chart-of-accounts names (Foretagskonto -> Företagskonto, etc.); the
seed function was fixed for new companies in 20260516130000 but never
backfilled. UPDATE-only and idempotent. Already applied to production.

Tests: 899 passing across the touched suites; lint + typecheck clean.

Jakob Wennberg 88f49c0ccc fix(bookkeeping): harden correction flow and align VAT/cashflow reports (#726)
Bundles a set of bookkeeping-correctness fixes developed together.

Correction / storno flow
- correctEntry resolves (and seeds standard BAS) accounts for the
corrected lines BEFORE writing the storno. The old order created and
posted the storno first, then hit AccountsNotInChartError on the
corrected lines and had to cancel it again — leaving a voided 0 kr
storno in the chain and permanently burning a voucher number (an
unexplained BFNAR 2013:2 gap). It now fails fast with nothing written.
- correctEntry re-points the bank transaction and underlag from the
reversed original to the live corrected entry, so the transaction keeps
reading as booked (and stays correctable) and the underlag travels with
it. recordateEntry delegates both relinks to correctEntry.
- reverseEntry (engine) clears transactions.journal_entry_id for rows
booked by the reversed entry, so a plain storno returns the bank row to
"Att bokföra" with a re-booking affordance. The agent paths did this
manually; the dashboard reverse route did not.
- findUnresolvableAccounts replaces findMissingActiveAccounts in the
categorize routes: a standard BAS account merely absent from the chart
is seeded on demand by the engine, so pre-validation must not 400 on it
  — only unknown numbers or deactivated accounts block.
- CorrectionChain dims cancelled (0 kr) entries and labels them so they
no longer render like a live storno.

Report accuracy
- calculateVatLiability() (lib/reports/kpi.ts) is shared by the KPI route,
the KPI xlsx export and the MCP period-summary tool, and uses the same
26xx accounts as the momsdeklaration (ruta 49). Reverse-charge and
import pairs (e.g. 2614 credit + 2645 debit) net to zero instead of
  inflating the receivable (#715). VAT_OUTPUT_ACCOUNTS / VAT_INPUT_ACCOUNTS
are derived from ACCOUNT_RUTA so the widget can never drift from the
  declaration.
- Kassaflödesanalys records erhållna aktieägartillskott (2093) as a
financing inflow and counts överkursfond (2086/2097) toward nyemission.
2093 was previously unmapped, so any contribution broke the 19xx
reconciliation by exactly the contributed amount (#716). Wired through
the report type, both PDF templates, the K3 PDF, the dashboard client
  and the årsredovisning summary type.

Agent guidance
- shared-rules: describe the real Accounted correction flow (Rätta rader /
Rätta datum / Radera verifikat, on-demand BAS backfill) so the assistant
stops inventing flows that don't exist.
- verifikation-draft: clearer locked-period guidance.

Tests cover all of the above (storno fail-fast + seeding + relink,
reverseEntry unlink, findUnresolvableAccounts, VAT netting and the
cashflow reconciliation cases).

Mattsson 43925bc2d3 fix(import): SIE bulk-delete on service client + provider/reporting/b… (#724)
* fix(import): SIE bulk-delete on service client + provider/reporting/banking fixes

Rebuilt branch onto main as a single commit.

- import: run SIE bulk-delete RPCs on the service client to escape the 8s
statement_timeout; undo_sie_import now takes an explicit actor (p_user_id)
so its owner/admin gate works when auth.uid() is NULL on the service
  client (migration 20260624120000) + pg-real regression test
- providers: distinguish missing Fortnox license from expired connection;
  provider_consent_tokens PK regression test
- reports: include unmapped BAS expense groups in the income statement
- enable-banking: reconnect closed/expired bank sessions in place
- bookkeeping: surface linked invoices as underlag on the verifikat view
- scripts: track BL cleanup/diagnostic tooling; data files (*.csv) are
git-ignored and consentId is now a required arg with no silent default

Jakob Wennberg c74b19df1b Accounted rebrand + swarm-skill cleanup + bank-reconciliation fixes (#643)
* feat(reconciliation): close the bank-feed loop on voucher links and re-tag mis-typed opening balances

Two related fixes to bank reconciliation correctness:

1. Auto-reconcile on voucher link. Linking an invoice or supplier invoice to
an existing voucher previously advanced only the invoice — the bank
transaction that paid it kept sitting in the Transactions inbox with a null
   journal_entry_id. linkInvoiceToVoucher / linkSupplierInvoiceToVoucher now
   call autoReconcileTransactionForLinkedVoucher (lib/reconciliation), which
links the bank transaction to the same verifikat when exactly one unbooked
line matches it. Best-effort and post-commit: a failure here never fails the
link. The result surfaces reconciledTransactionId; the inbox row leaves the
list and the UI shows link_success_tx_reconciled.

2. Re-tag mis-typed opening balances. getReconciliationStatus and the GL-line
matching RPCs identify a cash account's ingående balans solely by
   journal_entries.source_type='opening_balance'. Companies migrated from other
systems often booked the bank IB as an ordinary voucher (source_type
'import' or 'manual'), so it was never excluded and surfaced as a phantom
reconciliation difference equal to the opening balance. Adds:
   - migration mark_entry_as_opening_balance: a GUC-gated carve-out in the
immutability trigger plus a SECURITY DEFINER RPC that validates the entry
(balance-sheet lines only, dated on a fiscal-period boundary), flips the
source_type, and writes an audit row — no blanket data sweep.
   - POST /api/reconciliation/bank/mark-opening-balance + MarkOpeningBalanceSchema.
   - BankReconciliationView action to trigger it from the IB diff.

The gnubok_create_voucher executor now accepts a typed is_opening_balance flag
and derives source_type='opening_balance' only after validating class 1/2 lines
on the period start, so new IBs land correctly typed.

Covered by lib/reconciliation auto-reconcile tests, voucher-executors tests,
and a mark-entry-as-opening-balance pg-real test.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore: rebrand gnubok → Accounted and prune swarm agent skills

Product rebrand and skills housekeeping. No runtime behaviour change.

Rebrand: replace user-visible "gnubok" with "Accounted" across docs, READMEs,
in-code comments, doc-site content, MCP skill/resource prose, and the
gnubok-mcp package description. The MCP resource URI scheme is moved gnubok://
→ Accounted:// consistently across resource registrations, the event-type
comment, and the resource/skill tests. Deliberately preserved as stable
identifiers (NOT rebranded): the gnubok-company-id cookie, gnubok_sk_ / gnubok_inv_
token prefixes, the gnubok-mcp npm bridge name, and the AGI <gem:Programnamn>
value (kept 'gnubok' per its source comment — it is the software identifier sent
to Skatteverket and must not churn across visual rebrands).

Skills: remove the 27 swarm-* agent SKILL.md atoms (no longer used; already
absent from the agent_atom_registry in prod), refresh the remaining skill docs,
add the .claude/rules/ path-scoped rule set, and regenerate the
seed_agent_atom_bodies migration + .skill-body-manifest.json via
`npm run skills:generate` so the DB-backed skill bodies match the trimmed set.

Jakob Wennberg ff01640f60 feat(reports, settings): report library + focused report routes, settings modal (#629)
* feat(reports, settings): report library + focused report routes, settings modal

Reports
- Replace the monolithic /reports tab-switcher with a calm, grouped report
library landing (ReportLibrary + RecentReportsShelf) driven by a new
  lib/reports/catalog.ts.
- Each report opens a focused /reports/[slug] route (FocusedReport) with a
shared fiscal-year selector, optional date-range, and URL-based account
  drill-down into the general ledger.
- Extract every report view into components/reports/views, add a reusable
ReportExportMenu, and remove the old ReportsNav.

Settings
- Add an intercepting @settingsModal parallel route so in-app navigation to
/settings opens as a modal over the current page; hard loads still resolve
  to the full page.
- Share one SettingsShell (rail + content) between page and modal, extract each
section into components/settings/sections/*Content, add a settings hotkey and
command-palette entry, and remove the old SettingsSidebar.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(reports, settings): remove dead salary-journal entry, fix border token

Addresses PR review feedback (#629):

- Remove the unreachable `salary-journal` report from the catalog. It had
needsEmployees + no route + no FocusedView handler and `hasEmployees` was
never plumbed through, so it never appeared in the library and a direct
/reports/salary-journal URL rendered a blank frame. The report was never on
the old page and has no view component; the API + generator stay in place for
  a proper follow-up. Drops its two now-unused i18n keys.

- Replace opacity-suffixed `border-border/8` section dividers with full-opacity
`border-border` across the extracted settings section components, per the
design system (no opacity-suffixed border tokens on surfaces).

Mattsson f6ee0c2a82 Bug/customer invoice bug (#628)
* fix(supplier-invoices): self-assess reverse-charge VAT + link payments to vouchers

Reverse-charge supplier invoices now carry a per-item reverse_charge_rate (0.06/0.12/0.25). Under omvänd skattskyldighet the supplier charges 0% VAT, so the line vat_rate stays 0 and the buyer self-assesses fiktiv moms at the statutory rate. Centralizes rate resolution (resolveReverseChargeRate) and the ruta 20-24 basis-account guard (isReverseChargeBasisAccount) in vat-entries so the booking engine and review-dialog preview can no longer drift.

Adds the link_supplier_invoice_voucher pending operation: mark a leverantorsfaktura paid by linking an existing posted verifikat that debits 2440, with no new journal entry. Exposes find-candidates/link MCP tools and the bulk-reconcile helper, scoped under suppliers:read/write.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(vat): report yearly VAT over the rakenskapsar, not the calendar year

Annual VAT (helarsmoms) is filed per beskattningsar/rakenskapsar (SFL 26 kap), which can be extended or shortened up to 18 months. The previous Jan-Dec calendar span silently dropped part of an extended first year. calculateVatDeclaration now accepts a fiscalPeriodId and resolves the period's actual bounds for yearly; monthly/quarterly stay calendar. The reports UI passes the selected fiscal period, defaults the periodicity from the company's moms_period setting, and carries the period into the ruta drill-down. full-archive export threads the period id through too.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(migration): resolve supplier invoice status from payment amounts

The provider's lifecycle status and its payment status are computed independently upstream and can contradict each other (e.g. a Fortnox invoice marked booked but fully paid). Both the arcim entity-mapper and the Fortnox mapper now let payment state win: fully paid -> paid, partial -> partially_paid, otherwise the mapped lifecycle status, with credit notes forced terminal. Balance is compared numerically (never strict === 0) so float drift or a residual ore resolves cleanly, and an absent Balance is treated as unpaid.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(enable-banking): only ingest booked transactions to stop re-import drift

Pending entries are skipped during sync: a pending row is unstable across syncs (a later 'synka nu' returns it still pending or finally booked, often with a different effective date). Because both the dedup external_id and the content-dedup key are date-derived, that drift minted a new id and re-imported a transaction that already existed - observed in production as the same amount+description landing twice with different dates. Gating the import set on a stable booking_date removes the drift at the source and leaves booked rows' ids byte-identical.

* chore(gitignore): ignore local SIE test fixtures

tests/fixtures/sie/ may contain real or scrubbed company data and must never be committed.

* fix(invoice): handle errors during registration journal entry creation and ensure invoice rollback

feat(fortnox): ensure paid status reflects zero balance for fully paid invoices
chore(migrations): add reverse_charge_rate to supplier_invoice_items and backfill link_supplier_invoice_voucher

* chore: gate automated email flows behind 503 responses

Disables user-facing access to invoice payment reminders and salary
payslip email sending. Underlying lib code (reminder-processor,

- Invoice reminders cron route returns 503; settings UI section removed.

- Push notifications were already extension-disabled, no change needed.

* chore: remove Recapt feedback widget

* feat: reject meaningless rättelser in correctEntry

Guard against zero-economic-effect corrections in the storno engine:
- Reject when proposed lines net to zero on every account (e.g. 1930
debit 100 / 1930 credit 100), which would erase the original posting
without representing any affärshändelse (BFL 5 kap. 5 §).
- Reject when proposed lines are an exact multiset match of the original
entry — a rättelse must actually change something.

New MeaninglessCorrectionError wired through bookkeepingErrorResponse
(HTTP 400) and the Swedish error translator.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat: add date-range picker to resultat- and balansrapport

Adds optional from/to date filtering to the four operational financial
reports (resultatrapport, balansrapport, income-statement, balance-sheet)
so users can view a month, quarter, or custom range inside a fiscal year
without leaving the report. Defaults to YTD; "Hela året" preserves the
prior full-period behaviour (URL-identical, cache-stable).

- trial-balance engine accepts optional fromDate/toDate, rolling prior
in-period activity into IB and clamping period activity to the window
- 12 API routes accept and validate from_date/to_date query params
- ReportDateRange chip picker persists preset per company, only renders
  on the four relevant tabs
- FiscalYearSelector now emits the period object so the range picker
has bounds without an extra fetch
- PDF/XLSX filenames reflect the chosen range
- Resultatrapport drops the prior-year column when narrowed (full-year
  vs partial-year would mislead)
- 11 new tests (engine + parser); all existing report tests pass

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat: add support for marking journal entries as "no document required"

- Introduced a new sidecar table `journal_entry_no_doc_required` to track entries that do not require separate documentation (e.g., bank fees, interest).
- Implemented API routes for creating and deleting exemptions, including validation and authorization checks.
- Added a toggle component in the UI to allow users to mark entries as exempt, with an optional reason.
- Updated relevant tests to cover the new functionality, including RLS checks and cascading deletes.
- Enhanced existing schemas and types to accommodate the new `vat_amount` field for supplier invoice items.

* fix: address PR review findings on no-doc-required + VAT changes

- pg-real cascade test wraps DELETE in gnubok.allow_delete='true' txn so the
immutability trigger bypass fires (mirrors delete_last_voucher RPC).
- Clamp supplier-invoice item vat_amount to <= line_total * vat_rate via Zod
refinement (with 1-öre rounding tolerance) so the manual override can't
inflate the 2641 debit beyond the statutory ceiling.
- groupVatByRate falls back to line_total * rate when stored vat_amount is 0
with a positive rate, so legacy/import paths leaving the column at its
NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 don't silently understate ruta 48.
- ReportDateRange todayIso() and preset endpoints use local date components
instead of toISOString() (UTC) — fixes the midnight-to-02:00 off-by-one
  that truncated a day from YTD / this-month / this-quarter for Swedish
  users.
- NoDocRequiredToggle restores the previous reason on failed POST/DELETE so
the rolled-back toggle state stays consistent with the rendered reason.
- Document the company-scoped (not user-scoped) DELETE authorization policy
  on the no-document-required route.

* feat: add option to exclude year-end closing entries in SIE export and related reports

* delete docs

* fix: allow Chrome's PDF viewer in verifikat document preview

The /api/documents/:id/inline route shipped with
`object-src 'none'` in its CSP, which blocked Chrome's built-in PDF
viewer (it renders inline PDFs via an internal <embed>). Users on
Chrome saw "Det här innehållet har blockerats" when expanding a PDF
attachment in the bookkeeping view; Firefox (PDF.js) and Edge (own
viewer) were unaffected, and JPGs worked because <img> isn't subject
to object-src.

Drops the CSP for this route to the minimum needed for embeddability:
`frame-ancestors 'self'`. X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff plus the
fixed Content-Type from the handler already block MIME confusion;
X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN + frame-ancestors still block clickjacking.

* feat(auth): add webmail deep link to email confirmation screens

Mirrors Stripe's signup UX: after asking the user to verify their email,
detect their webmail provider from the domain and show a button that
opens the inbox in a new tab. Gmail gets a from:<sender> search
pre-populated; Outlook/Yahoo/iCloud/Proton open the inbox directly.
Unknown / custom domains fall back to the existing copy.

Sender address is configurable via NEXT_PUBLIC_BRANDING_AUTH_EMAIL_FROM
(default noreply@gnubok.se) so white-label installs can match their
Supabase Auth SMTP config.

* fix(auth): unblock first-time password set for BankID users with MFA

Supabase rejects updateUser({password}) and mfa.unenroll with "AAL2 session
is required" whenever a TOTP factor is enrolled. BankID magic-link logins
produce AAL1, and middleware skips MFA enforcement for bankid_linked users,
so they had no path to AAL2 — leaving them unable to set a backup password
or disable MFA without going through the email-recovery escape hatch.

- /api/account/password: branch on app_metadata.has_password. First-time set
writes via service.auth.admin.updateUserById (no existing credential to
protect, AAL2 guard does not apply). Change-password keeps the user-session
updateUser so AAL2 still fires for credential rotation.
- /mfa/verify: accept a safeReturnTo query param and route there after
successful verify, so step-up flows can land back where they came from.
- SecuritySettings: detect the AAL2 error from both change-password and
  mfa.unenroll and redirect through /mfa/verify?returnTo=/settings/account
instead of toasting a dead-end error.

* Add tests and rounding utility for öre precision in bokslut calculations

- Implemented `roundOre` function for rounding SEK amounts to two decimal places, ensuring consistent monetary calculations.
- Introduced `ORE_TOLERANCE` constant for comparing rounded amounts, facilitating invariant checks in financial entries.
- Created comprehensive tests for `roundOre`, covering typical cases, edge cases, and idempotency.
- Added year-end invariants tests to verify database-level guarantees for closing entries, ensuring they balance to the öre and reject discrepancies.
- Developed end-to-end tests for the dispositions chain, validating the correctness of calculations across various scenarios.

* fix: update PDF rendering to remove Swish QR code generation and set default to disable Swish visibility

* fix: enhance security by rejecting data URIs in safeReturnTo function tests

* fix: improve rounding logic in roundOre function and add customer_type migration

* fix: add customer_type column to customers and enforce CHECK constraint

Jakob Wennberg cc351158f8 Invoicing & account-security polish bundle (#550)
* feat: invoicing & account-security polish bundle

Five independent improvements bundled to ship together:

- BankID/password lockout fix: BankID-only users could enroll MFA and
brick themselves (Supabase requires AAL2 to change password or unenroll
  MFA, and AAL2 needs a password sign-in). New app_metadata.has_password
flag tracks this; middleware gates /mfa/enroll behind it, /account/set-
password is the unlock path, SecuritySettings shows a banner, and
/api/account/password is the single write path that flips the flag.
  Backfill script for existing users.

- Swish invoice payment method: company_settings.swish + invoice_show_swish
columns, validation in lib/api/schemas.ts (accepts 123XXXXXXX företag or
07XXXXXXXX mobile, strips whitespace/hyphens), rendered on invoice PDFs.

- Send-reminders kill switch: per-company company_settings.send_invoice_
reminders toggle in PdfPrintSettings/Automatisering. Reminder processor
also tightened: positive status allowlist (sent + overdue) so terminal
statuses can never match; skip when customer already responded via
reminder link; race-window re-check before send.

- First-invoice logo prompt: one-shot dialog when creating the first
invoice without a logo (issue #520). Self-limits via head-only count.

- SIE export opening-balance fallback: route IB through getOpeningBalances
so the compute_prior_opening_balances RPC supplies #IB after multi-year
imports where opening_balance_entry_id is intentionally NULL. Previously
#IB silently went to zero and #UB collapsed to current-period movements.

* fix(account-polish): address PR review feedback

- BankID-link path (extensions/general/tic/index.ts): read-merge-write
  app_metadata instead of passing { bankid_linked: true } alone.
updateUserById REPLACES app_metadata wholesale, so the previous code
would have wiped has_password for any user who later linked BankID,
causing the set-password banner to (incorrectly) reappear and blocking
the standard MFA enrollment button. The comment is now corrected.

- Middleware (lib/supabase/middleware.ts): thread inner returnTo through
the /mfa/enroll → /account/set-password redirect so the user lands on
their original destination after the full chain completes, not on /.

- safeReturnTo helper (lib/auth/safe-return-to.ts): replace the
  starts-with-/-but-not-// guard on mfa/enroll and set-password pages.
The previous guard let /\evil.com and /@evil.com through. The new
helper parses against a synthetic base origin and verifies it matches.

- set-password page (app/(auth)/account/set-password/page.tsx): remove
CLAUDE.md design system violations — bg-gradient-to-b on page bg,
inline shadow-md style on the card, space-y-5, font-medium on the h1,
rounded-xl on the card. Flat surface, hairline border, font-display
  h1 per the design tokens.

- Swish dedup (lib/payments/swish.ts): extract normaliseSwish() and
isValidSwish() helpers and use them in lib/api/schemas.ts,
  components/settings/BankDetailsForm.tsx, and the invoicing settings
page. Single source of truth for the regex.

- Password route (app/api/account/password/route.ts): emit a structured
success log so the audit pipeline can detect password-set events, not
  just failures.

Jakob Wennberg 05078c9d8e feat(bokslut): year-end wizard with bokslutsdispositioner + asset register (#508)
* feat(bokslut): year-end wizard with bokslutsdispositioner + asset register

Ships the first user-visible bokslut surface for K2 aktiebolag. The year-end
engine, INK2/INK2R/INK2S generator, and reconciliation reports already existed
in lib/core/bookkeeping/ and lib/reports/; this work wires them into a real
multi-step UI, adds the missing dispositioner calculators (bolagsskatt,
periodiseringsfond, överavskrivningar, SLP), and introduces a fixed-asset
register that feeds planenliga avskrivningar into the same flow.

PHASE 1 — Wizard around the existing year-end engine
- Replaces the "Kommer snart" stub at /bookkeeping/year-end with a 4-step
wizard (Kontroll → Dispositioner → Förhandsgranska → Verkställ) plus a
  Klart result view
- New aggregator lib/bokslut/readiness-aggregator.ts composes
validateYearEndReadiness with bank-reconciliation status and entity-typed
reminders into one fetch backing the preflight step
- New endpoint GET /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id]/bokslut-readiness

PHASE 2 — Bokslutsdispositioner calculators
- lib/bokslut/tax-provision/{bolagsskatt,sarskild-loneskatt}-calculator.ts —
  20.6 % on taxable result → 8910/2512 (with non-deductible / non-taxable
manual adjustments and schablonintäkt pass-through) and 24.26 % SLP on
  posted pension costs → 7533/2514
- lib/bokslut/reserves/periodiseringsfond-service.ts — proposeAvsattning
  (25 % cap, BAS 212X cohort accounts) + proposeAteforing (FIFO 6-year
mandatory reversal with schablonintäkt computation) + balance lookup
- lib/bokslut/reserves/overavskrivningar-service.ts — 30-rule + 20-rule
  helpers + proposeOveravskrivningar (8853/2153)
- New endpoint /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id]/bokslutsdispositioner
(GET ordered proposals, POST commits user-chosen ones as separate
year_end vouchers via the journal engine)
- New DispositionsStep UI: per-card accept/skip + editable amount where
meaningful; mandatory p-fond reversals can't be skipped
- INK2 bug fix: ink2-engine.ts SRU mapping ranges previously pointed at
accounts BAS doesn't seed (8810/8830/8840). Corrected to 8811 (avsättning),
8819 (återföring), 8830 (lämnade koncernbidrag) so calculator output now
flows into INK2 correctly. Regression-locked with 6 new mapping tests.

PHASE 3 — Anläggningsregister + depreciation engine
- New migration 20260516120000_assets_and_depreciation.sql: assets table
(category, BAS-triple, K3 components JSONB reserved) and
  depreciation_schedules (asset+period+journal_entry link). RLS via
  user_company_ids(), immutability triggers after disposal/posting.
- lib/bokslut/assets/asset-service.ts — CRUD + disposal that posts a proper
  gain/loss entry against 3973/7973
- lib/bokslut/assets/depreciation-engine.ts — computeAnnualDepreciation
  (linear, pro-rata at acquisition/disposal/end-of-life) +
proposeAnnualPostings + commitAnnualPostings (one entry per asset)
- New endpoints /api/assets (CRUD + dispose) and
  /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id]/depreciation (preview + commit)
- /assets list+create page with K2 schablon defaults (3y datorer,
5y inventarier, 25y byggnader); sidebar entry added
- DepreciationPanel mounted at the top of DispositionsStep; posting
refreshes dispositions so bolagsskatt picks up the new result

Out of scope (per the agreed plan): K3 framework, iXBRL filing to
Bolagsverket (manual export only for now — regulatory risk flagged for
FY2026 closings), inventory module, koncernredovisning, revisor workflow.

Verification
- 116 unit tests pass across lib/bokslut/, lib/reports/ink2/, and the
  existing lib/core/bookkeeping/year-end-service suite
- Zero lint or typecheck errors in any new file
- Migration applied successfully via Supabase MCP

* fix(bokslut): address PR #508 review — P1 correctness + P2 conventions

P1 — stale reminders in readiness-aggregator (greptile)
Remove the depreciation_manual / bolagsskatt_manual / periodiseringsfond_manual
nudges. After Phase 3, the wizard handles all three automatically via
DepreciationPanel and the dispositioner calculators — surfacing them as
manual reminders told users to repeat work the page already did. Only the
accruals_manual reminder (Phase 4 hasn't shipped) and the EF-only
ef_skatt_via_ne reminder remain.

P1 — netBookValueAfter ignored prior accumulated depreciation
proposeAnnualPostings now fetches all prior posted depreciation_schedules
for the company (excluding the current period) and sums them per asset, so
the displayed restvärde reflects every previously-booked year of avskrivning
instead of only this year. Without the fix, a 5-year asset in year 3 would
have shown 48 000 instead of the correct 24 000 net book value.

P1 — ordering bug in dispositioner POST handler
The 25 % p-fond avsättning cap derives from the current trial balance, so
mandatory återföring entries must post first. Added a server-side sort by
canonical bokslut order (återföring → överavskrivningar → avsättning → SLP
→ bolagsskatt) regardless of the client array order. The cap can no longer
be evaluated against a stale pre-återföring net result.

P2 — depreciation_schedules missing updated_at
New migration 20260516140000_depreciation_schedules_updated_at.sql adds the
column + trigger via update_updated_at_column(). Per CLAUDE.md migration
conventions, never modified the original migration. DepreciationSchedule
type updated.

P2 — addMonths end-of-month overflow
Replaced setUTCMonth (which overflows: Jan 31 + 1 month → Mar 3) with a
day-clamping implementation that produces Feb 28/29. Without the fix,
lifeEndExclusive landed one day too late and slightly over-depreciated.
New regression test asserts Jan 31 + 12 months stays in January.

P2 — pg-real tests for new triggers and RLS
tests/pg/assets.pg.test.ts (13 tests) covers:
  - enforce_asset_post_disposal_immutability blocks every financial field
    after disposal, allows notes/name through
  - assets_disposal_atomic CHECK requires both disposed columns set together
  - enforce_depreciation_schedule_immutability blocks edits after
journal_entry_id is linked, allows them before
  - depreciation_schedules delete RLS policy filters out posted rows
  - assets + depreciation_schedules RLS isolates across companies

Verification
- 117 unit tests pass (was 116, +1 for the addMonths regression)
- New pg-real suite syntactically + type-correct; will execute in CI
- Zero lint or typecheck errors in any touched file
- Migration 20260516140000 applied to remote Supabase via MCP

* fix(bokslut): address compliance-swarm + swedish-review findings

Real bugs surfaced by the bots on the first push that weren't covered by
greptile's inline P1/P2 set:

- Immaterial asset disposal hit the wrong BAS accounts. disposeAsset always
posted gain/loss to 3973/7973 regardless of category. For category
'immaterial' it must use 3013 (vinst) / 7813 (förlust) per BAS — using the
tangible accounts misclassifies in INK2R. Now branches on category. Two
new regression tests pin each branch.

- acquisition_cost CHECK was too loose. CreateAssetSchema accepted 0 (just
  nonnegative). Tightened to z.number().positive() — a zero-cost asset
creates a no-op depreciation row and a balance sheet line that nothing
  reconciles against.

- UpdateAssetSchema let users remap BAS accounts arbitrarily. Bot flagged
  this as a defense-in-depth gap (V4.5). Added BAS_RANGES_BY_CATEGORY
validation at both the schema layer (Create) and the service layer
(Update) so user-supplied account overrides must stay inside the
category's expected BAS range. INK2R mappings and the depreciation
  engine's category-driven defaults now can't drift.

Swedish accounting review:

- Building/markanläggning defaults — clarified UI copy. The 25-year
schablon is K2-redovisning, not the IL skattemässig rate. New helper text
spells this out. Markanläggning default lowered from 20→10 years
(Skatteverket guidance allows 10 % rate; 20 was on the upper bound
  without justification).

- createAsset doesn't post the acquisition entry by design — that gap
wasn't called out anywhere in the UI. Added a tip box in
CreateAssetDialog explaining that the acquisition must already be in the
books; the register only drives depreciation.

- Disposal VAT (ML 3:3 / 7:3) not handled — sale of a deduct-eligible
anläggningstillgång is in principle 25 % momspliktig. Documented this as
a known limitation in the disposeAsset docstring so any future UI
surfacing the disposal endpoint warns the user.

Documented (not fixed yet) — bot was right but wider-scope work:

- SOC 2 PI1.3: dispositioner POST loop is not transactional. A failure
midway leaves partial postings. Added a code comment explaining the
recovery path (re-POST omitting committed kinds — each calculator
re-derives from current TB). Real atomicity via an RPC wrapper is Phase
  5+ work.

False positives intentionally not changed:

- 4× OWASP V8.2.1 cross-tenant findings — service functions already filter
by company_id; the bot can't see past the route handler.
- V2.3 client-supplied amount clamping — proposeAvsattning and
proposeAteforing both clamp via Math.min already.
- A.8.15 audit events — withRouteContext already logs completion.
- Schablonintäkt journal entry — per IL 30:6a it's a skattemässig
justering, never booked. Current implementation is correct.
- Voucher series 'A' — matches existing executeYearEndClosing convention;
  not changing here in isolation.

Verification
- 119 tests pass (was 117, +2 for the immaterial-disposal branches)
- Zero lint or typecheck errors on any touched file

* fix(bokslut): address compliance round 4 — BAS account overlap + method gate

Two real bugs the compliance bot caught after my round-3 fixes (both new on
its re-run, not in the original report):

- BAS account overlap not prevented: my BAS_RANGES_BY_CATEGORY uses the same
class range for asset and accumulated (e.g. immaterial: both 1010–1099,
building: both 1100–1199). Nothing stopped a user from picking the same
account for both, which would silently net acquisition cost against
accumulated depreciation in one bucket and corrupt INK2R 720x mappings.
  CreateAssetSchema now rejects bas_asset_account === bas_accumulated_account
in a superRefine cross-field check; updateAsset enforces the same invariant
by reading the existing asset and validating the merged result.

- declining-balance methods silently fell back to linear. The DB enum allowed
  declining_balance_30 / declining_balance_20, but the engine's
computeAnnualDepreciation only implements linear math. A determined caller
(MCP, curl, future UI) could create an asset labelled as räkenskapsenlig
avskrivning and get linear charges — silently wrong numbers under a
misleading method. Both CreateAssetSchema and UpdateAssetSchema now refine
the depreciation_method enum to require 'linear'. The DB enum stays open
for a future phase to add proper support. Stale comment in
depreciation-engine.ts updated to reflect the new invariant.

False positives I'm explicitly not chasing further on this round:
- 3× repeated OWASP V8.2.1 cross-tenant — services already filter by
company_id; bot can't see past the route handler. Round 3 already added
  service-layer tests and inline reasoning.
- V2.3 atomicity upgrade to high — bot now flags it harder *because* I
documented it in round 3. The existing executeYearEndClosing has the same
non-transactional sequential-write pattern; wrapping just this endpoint
in an RPC while leaving the rest inconsistent is worse than the doc
comment. Real atomicity is Phase 5+.
- Disposal VAT user-facing warning — no UI surfaces dispose yet; docstring
in the service is sufficient until the UI ships.

Verification
- 119 tests pass
- Zero lint or typecheck errors on any touched file

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bokslut): address compliance round 5 — disposal integrity + öavskr accounts

Round-5 bot feedback after my round-4 push (the sticky reports re-edited
themselves with two new genuine findings; bot count: 18 → 14 active).

P1 — accumulated_depreciation was client-supplied (OWASP V8.2.1, swedish
compliance review): the dispose endpoint accepted accumulated_depreciation
as a request-body number. A malicious or buggy caller could inflate it to
manipulate the book-value calculation and pocket a phantom gain. Now:

- DisposeAssetSchema no longer accepts accumulated_depreciation
- disposeAsset sums planned_depreciation from depreciation_schedules where
journal_entry_id IS NOT NULL for the asset, server-side
- New regression test "server-derives accumulated_depreciation — caller
cannot inflate gain" pins the server-derivation against the prior attack
- Limitation: manual avskrivningsverifikationer posted outside the engine
aren't captured. Phase 5+ can swap this for a trial-balance scan on
  bas_accumulated_account if that gap matters.

P2 — överavskrivningar hardcoded 8853/2153 regardless of asset category
(swedish-asset-accounting): for buildings BAS uses 8852/2152 and for
immateriella tillgångar 8851/2151. Edge case for K2 SME (öavskr on
buildings is rare; on immateriella rarer still) but worth not lying about
the accounts. Now:

- New OVERAVSKRIVNING_ACCOUNTS table maps category → expense/accumulated
  pair (machinery_equipment, building, immaterial, group)
- proposeOveravskrivningar accepts optional category, defaults to
machinery_equipment (the dominant K2 case — no behaviour change for
  existing callers)
- POST handler item schema accepts optional category
- Label + description strings now name the actual accounts used
- 3 new tests cover the building, immaterial, and default branches

False positives I'm still declining to chase (already covered in prior
commit messages):
- 3× repeated OWASP V8.2.1 cross-tenant — services scope by company_id;
bot can't see past route handler
- V2.3 atomicity — existing executeYearEndClosing has the same pattern;
wrapping just this endpoint is inconsistent; real fix is Phase 5+ RPC
- Disposal VAT user-facing warning — no UI surfaces dispose yet

Verification
- 123 tests pass (was 119, +3 for öavskr category branches and +1 for the
server-derivation regression test, with one prior test rewritten to use
  the new server-supplied accumulated path)
- Zero lint or typecheck errors on any touched file

* fix(bokslut): pre-merge polish — building disposal accounts, SLR-2026 rate

Last polish round before merge. All three from the round-5 sticky
Swedish-accounting-review update:

- Building / markanläggning disposal posted gain/loss to 3973/7973. BAS
2026 routes those to 3971/7971 (the SRU mapping points them at a
different INK2R field, so the existing accounts misclassify). Extended
the existing immaterial branch (3013/7813) into a three-way:
    immaterial → 3013 / 7813
    building / land_imprv → 3971 / 7971
    other tangible → 3973 / 7973
Two new regression tests pin the building and land_improvement branches.

- DEFAULT_SCHABLONINTAKT_RATE was 0.03, based on SLR 2024-11-30 (1.96 %).
For closings of inkomstår 2026 the rate is SLR 2025-11-30 (2.55 %) + 1 pe
= 3.55 %. The wrong rate under-taxes the schablonintäkt, which feeds into
bolagsskatt. Updated to 0.0355 and rewrote the doc comment to track both
years so the next bump is obvious.

- Jämkning of input VAT for buildings / markanläggning disposed within the
10-year jämkningsperiod (ML 9 kap 8–11 §§) is out of scope for this PR
but should not be silently absent — added a KNOWN LIMITATION block to the
disposeAsset docstring so any future UI surfacing disposal checks the
10-year window and warns the user.

After this push the PR has 125 passing tests, all CI green, no merge
conflicts, and the only remaining bot complaints are repeat false
positives or Phase 5+ scope (RPC atomicity, full asset disposal UI,
K3 component depreciation).

Mattsson c8461397c8 Bug/accounting ps eu (#474)
* feat(api): implement commit functionality for journal entries

* fix(extensions): make ExtensionSettings.clear() a real delete so disconnect flows work

The 2026-03-30 multi-tenant refactor dropped all RLS policies on extension_data
and recreated only SELECT/INSERT/UPDATE. Combined with `value jsonb NOT NULL`,
every extension that called `settings.set(key, null)` to clear stored state
(cloud-backup disconnect, skatteverket OAuth/AGI cleanup, arcim-migration
consent reset) silently failed — the upsert hit the NOT NULL constraint and
the error was swallowed, leaving users stuck with stale connection rows.

Adds an `extension_data_delete` RLS policy, a `clear(key)` method backed by a
real DELETE, switches the four affected handlers, and makes `set()` throw on
Supabase error so this class of silent failure can't recur.

* feat(journal-entries): add draft saving functionality to journal entry form

* feat: add periodisk sammanställning report generation and CSV export

- Implemented period date helpers in `period-dates.ts` for calculating start and end dates based on period type (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Created `periodisk-sammanstallning.ts` to generate the periodisk sammanställning report, including data fetching, validation, and warning handling.
- Developed CSV serializer in `periodisk-sammanstallning-csv.ts` for exporting the report in SKV574008 format.
- Added new columns to `company_settings` for storing periodisk sammanställning settings and tax contact information via migration.
- Introduced a new migration to add a `paid_with_private_funds` flag to `supplier_invoices` for tracking out-of-pocket expenses.
- Updated journal entries to include the new source type for privately paid supplier invoices.

* feat(migrations): add paid_with_private_funds flag to supplier_invoices and expand journal_entries.source_type CHECK

* fix(ai_requests): drop existing policies and trigger before creating new ones

* fix(migrations): ensure extension_data has a proper DELETE policy for ExtensionSettings.clear()

* fix(supplier-invoices): update error handling for invalid input in POST request

* fix: correct capitalization in project title

* fix(migrations): resolve duplicate version 20260513120000

Two migrations shared the same timestamp prefix, causing
schema_migrations_pkey collision on Supabase preview branches.
Bump extension_data_delete_policy to 20260513120001.

* feat(migrations): add backfill for VAT account labels to correct bad seed data

* fix(ui): improve accessibility for company name position toggle in PDF settings

* fix(bookkeeping): align BAS 2026 reference data with official PDF

Reconciled lib/bookkeeping/bas-data/ against the BAS 2026 v1.1 official
chart (1286 accounts). All real discrepancies fixed:

- 2089 Fond för utvecklingsutgifter: k2_excluded → true
- 8417 Räntekostnader för dold räntekompensation: k2_excluded → true
- 1250, 1260 renamed to "(Fritt konto för Inventarier, verktyg och
installationer)" — BAS 2026 freed these slots
- Periodiseringsfond 2120-2139: added year suffixes (2120 = "...2020"
etc.) and added 8 missing accounts (2121-2127, 2129) for years
  2019, 2021-2027. Dropped phantom 2022/2024 prior-parser garbage.
- 4075-4078: EUland → EU-land
- 8411: förlagsoch → förlags- och

Verified: 1282 of 1286 PDF accounts match exactly after edits (remaining
4 are PDF-parser artifacts, not real data). Build clean.

* feat(migrations): backfill BAS 2026 account labels in chart_of_accounts

Companion to the TS reference fix. Updates existing companies' rows where
they still carry seed-data typos or generic names that don't match BAS 2026:

- 4075-4078: EUland → EU-land (hyphenation)
- 8411: förlagsoch → förlags- och (hyphenation)
- 2120, 2130-2137, 2139: rename "Periodiseringsfond" (generic, no year) to
the BAS 2026 canonical name with year suffix

Defensive: every WHERE clause matches an EXACT current value. Rows that
have been manually renamed by users — including those with a wrong year
that may reference legacy fonds from an earlier BAS numbering cycle — are
left untouched. No row is deleted.

* feat(migrations): fix wrong-year labels on Periodiseringsfond accounts

Follow-up to 20260513140000. The first backfill only renamed accounts whose
name was the generic "Periodiseringsfond" (no year). Many customers were
seeded from an older BAS numbering cycle where 2126 = "2016", 2127 = "2017",
etc. — BAS 2026 reuses those account numbers for years 2026/2027.

This migration aligns the year tag with the BAS 2026 meaning of each
account number across 2120-2127, 2129, 2130-2137, 2139. Only rows whose
name still starts with "Periodiseringsfond" are touched — customers who
renamed the account to something custom keep their name.

Verified on staging: all 18 accounts now carry BAS 2026 canonical names.

* fix(salary): show birthdate in masked personnummer, hide the 4-digit suffix

Flip the personnummer display format from XXXXXXXX-NNNN to YYYYMMDD-XXXX so
the sensitive 4-digit suffix is hidden while the (public) birthdate stays
visible. Affects the employees list/detail, salary run, payslip PDF, payslip
email, and the MCP server tools (list_employees, get_salary_run). Each call
site now decrypts the stored personnummer before masking.

* fix(transactions): allow deleting unbooked transactions from "Alla transaktioner"

The history list only let users delete via the inbox card; once a category or
mall was picked but the verifikation hadn't been created, the row showed
"Ej bokförd" with no way to remove it. The API already permits delete while
journal_entry_id is null, so the gap was purely a missing UI affordance.

* fix(vat): populate ruta 20-24 for reverse charge + dishonest "Validera OK"

Three connected issues caused Skatteverket to reject momsdeklarationer
with FK004 even after our local "Validera"-knapp returned OK.

1. supplier-invoice-entries booked fiktiv moms (2614/2624/2634 + 2645/2647)
on reverse-charge invoices but never the underlying basbelopp on 44xx/45xx.
Ruta 30-32 filled up at SKV while ruta 20-24 stayed at 0 — SKV's FK004
("silent netting prohibited", ML 13 kap kräver båda sidor).

Fix: generateReverseChargeBasisLines in vat-entries.ts emits parallel
45xx/44xx debit + 4598 motkonto credit per rate group. Engine calls it
from registration, cash, and credit-note paths. Skipped when the user
booked the expense directly on a basis account to avoid double-counting.
4598 added to BAS reference (no migration needed; account_number is
   plain text on journal_entry_lines).

2. rutorToMomsuppgift rounded each ruta independently but computed
summaMoms from the unrounded ruta49. SKV recomputes the sum from
integer rutor on their side, so fractional öres caused ±1 SEK drift
   and SKV rejected with FK009.

Fix: derive summaMoms from the already-rounded VAT-amount rutor.

3. "Validera"-knappen only confirmed SKV's internal arithmetic — a
declaration with ruta 30-32 populated and ruta 20-24 empty validated
fine until /utkast hit FK004. Users got a false green light.

Fix: vat-declaration-checks.ts runs locally before the SKV call,
blocks Validera/Spara when ERROR-level findings exist, and surfaces
them in a separate "Lokala kontroller"-section. Success message
reworded so SKV's OK is no longer presented as filing-ready.

Tests: 4535/4536/4531/4425 lines + 4598 motkonto on EU/non-EU/byggtjänster
RC, credit-note reversal, fractional-öres summaMoms, all four pre-flight
codes (RC_BASIS_MISSING, RC_OUTPUT_MISSING, RC_INPUT_VAT_MISMATCH,
SUMMA_MOMS_DRIFT).

Jakob Wennberg 2c03dac981 fix(reports): convert FX to SEK in supplier/AR ledger reconciliation (#396)
* fix(reports): convert FX to SEK in supplier/AR ledger reconciliation

The supplier and AR ledger reports were summing remaining_amount
directly without converting foreign-currency invoices, so a
EUR/USD invoice would land in the aging total at face value while
the corresponding 2440 / 1510 GL line was already posted in SEK.
This produced false reconciliation discrepancies (e.g. 496,25 kr
ledger vs 952,50 kr GL with four EUR/USD invoices).

Apply resolveSekAmount(remaining, null, currency, exchange_rate)
in supplier-ledger, supplier-reconciliation, ar-ledger, and
ar-reconciliation. Per-invoice detail rows on the AR ledger keep
the original currency for display; only aging buckets and totals
become SEK. Adds mixed-currency test cases to all four files.

Also bundles unrelated WIP from the working tree:
- bank-reconciliation: log the swallowed catch error and drop the
fallback path for the deleted get_unlinked_bank_lines RPC, using
  get_unlinked_1930_lines directly.
- new GET /api/transactions list endpoint with unmatched/reconciled/
currency/date filters and full route tests.

* fix(reports): address PR #396 review findings

Compliance and Greptile review identified four issues; all four are
addressed here.

- Reconciliation: surface unconverted_fx_count on ReconciliationResult
and ARReconciliationResult. When > 0 the difference field may be a
data gap (FX invoice with no exchange_rate) rather than a true
reconciliation break. UI now renders a Swedish caveat below the
Avstämd / Ej avstämd badge so users understand the cause. New tests
assert the count is set on legacy FX rows.

- Reconciliation: document the invoice-date-rate assumption explicitly
in the JSDoc of both reconciliation generators. Per ML 8 kap 21–23 §,
the report uses each invoice's stored exchange_rate; partial payments
settled at a different rate produce a delta correctly booked to
3960/7960 as valutakursvinst/-förlust, but the GL will diverge from
the report by that amount until a subledger-derived total is wired up
  (deferred follow-up).

- fetchUnlinkedGLLines: drop the misleading bankAccount parameter.
It was advertised as configurable but the function silently returned
[] for any value other than '1930'. Now the signature is honest:
1930-only until proper multi-account support is built.

- /api/transactions: query MAX_ROWS+1 rows so the response can include
has_more and limit fields. Callers can now detect truncation, which
matters once a company crosses 500 unmatched transactions in the
selected range. New test asserts has_more=true when 501 rows are
returned by the DB and the response is sliced to MAX_ROWS.

* fix(reports): address PR #396 round-2 compliance review

Compliance bot v2 review surfaced four findings on the previous commit;
three are addressed here. The fourth (an fx_rate_diff_amount indicator
distinguishing real reconciliation breaks from correctly-booked
valutakursvinst/-förlust) requires a subledger-derived total against
3960/7960 — already documented as a deferred follow-up in the JSDoc.

Changes:

- Exclude unconvertible FX rows from SEK sums. resolveSekAmount's
null-rate fallback returned the raw foreign amount, so a 100 EUR
invoice with no rate was being added to a SEK total as if it were
100 SEK. All four generators (supplier-ledger,
  supplier-reconciliation, ar-ledger, ar-reconciliation) now skip
rows where currency != SEK and exchange_rate is missing/zero, and
  count them in unconverted_fx_count.

- Surface unconverted_fx_count on SupplierLedgerReport /
ARLedgerReport (not just the reconciliation result). UI shows a
Swedish caption beneath the "Totalt utestående" card whenever the
count is positive, so users see the warning even if they don't
  enable the reconciliation panel.

- Add outstanding_sek: number | null to ARInvoiceDetail. The
per-invoice detail row keeps `outstanding` in invoice currency for
display, but now also exposes the converted SEK value (or null when
unconvertible). Defensive against future callers that sum across
customers — they should use outstanding_sek to avoid mixing
currencies (a real momsdeklaration foot-gun otherwise).

- Add a 1930-only notice to BankReconciliationView. The reconciliation
is scoped to account 1930; users with Plusgiro 1920, kreditkort 1940,
or valutakonton now see a Swedish caption explaining those are
  reconciled separately.

Tests:

- supplier-ledger: previous "falls back to original amount" case
flipped to assert the row is excluded and counted; assertion that
the legacy supplier disappears from the list when their only row is
  unconvertible.
- supplier-reconciliation: previous "1 100 ledger vs 1 000 GL" case
flipped to assert ledger=1 000 and is_reconciled=true with
  unconverted_fx_count=1.
- ar-reconciliation: same pattern.
- ar-ledger: existing FX-mix test extended to assert outstanding_sek
on each detail row; new test covering the null-rate exclusion path
asserts the detail row is still pushed (with outstanding_sek=null)
but excluded from buckets and the grand total.

* fix(reports): address PR #396 round-3 compliance review

Compliance bot v3 surfaced four findings on the previous commit; two
are addressed here, two are deliberately skipped (rationale in JSDoc /
this message).

Addressed:

- is_reconciled now returns false whenever unconverted_fx_count > 0,
even if the numeric difference is zero. Per BFL 5 kap, the
reconciliation must cover all affärshändelser; if a row was
excluded for a missing exchange rate, the calculation is
incomplete by construction and the period cannot honestly be
stamped Avstämd. The fix is for the user to fill in the missing
rate, not for the system to claim balance on partial data.

- AR reconciliation now sums account 1510 + 1513 in the GL balance
comparison. Forward-looking defense for ROT/RUT fakturamodellen
invoices that split AR receivables across the customer portion
(1510) and the Skatteverket claim (1513). Today no production code
posts to 1513 so the value is unchanged in practice; once
fakturamodellen invoicing is added, the reconciliation will
continue to balance without requiring another fix. UI label
updated to "Kundfordringar (1510 + 1513) saldo" so the inclusion
is visible. Field name and shape are unchanged for back-compat
  with the supplier-side parallel.

Skipped:

- "Block is_reconciled=true when any FX invoice exists in an open
period" — overly aggressive; would block reconciliation for any
FX-using company even when their books are correctly matched. The
proper solution is the deferred subledger-derived total against
3960/7960 (already documented in JSDoc on both reconciliation
generators), which can compute the *expected* FX rate difference
and either subtract it from `difference` or expose it as
`fx_rate_difference`. Not in scope for this PR.

- Plusgiro 1920 wording in BankReconciliationView — bot itself
marked this "not a hard finding". The 1920 reference is accurate
  per BAS 2026.

Tests:

- supplier-reconciliation: existing v3 exclusion test updated —
asserts is_reconciled=false despite numbers matching, with
  comment explaining BFL rationale.
- ar-reconciliation: same update + new test covering the 1510 + 1513
  sum (1 200 on 1510, 300 on 1513, ledger total 1 500 → reconciled).

* feat(branding): add BrandingService with default-preserving env layer

Introduce lib/branding/service.ts mirroring lib/email/service.ts. Defaults
match current gnubok values exactly, so production behaviour is unchanged
unless an env var (NEXT_PUBLIC_BRANDING_*, BRANDING_*) or extension override
(via registerBrandingService) is set.

Resolution order: defaults < env vars < extension override.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route root layout, manifest, and PWA assets through branding service

- app/layout.tsx now reads title, description, themeColor, and apple-touch-icon
from getBranding() instead of hardcoded values.
- public/manifest.json replaced by dynamic app/manifest.ts so PWA name,
  short_name, description, theme_color, background_color, and icon paths
  are resolved at request time.

The manifest now serves at /manifest.webmanifest (Next.js convention for
the metadata file route). The previous /manifest.json URL is no longer
populated; nothing in core references it after this commit.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route email service and templates through branding service

- resend-service.ts: From line uses getBranding().appName instead of
hardcoded "Gnubok" in both the with-fromName and bare cases.
- invite-templates.ts: subject, HTML header, body, plain text, and the
team-invite variants all read from branding (sentence case in prose,
uppercased for the styled <p> header).
- consent-notification-templates.ts: signature fallback (companyName ||
branding) for both HTML and plain text variants.

Defaults preserve the exact current strings ("Gnubok", "GNUBOK", "gnubok"
in their respective contexts) so no email content changes for production.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route OAuth consent page through branding service

The MCP OAuth consent page rendered for Claude Desktop / Claude.ai
connector flows now reads the app name from getBranding() for both the
HTML <title> and the body copy. Default still produces "gnubok" in
lowercase prose, matching current behaviour.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route auth, dashboard, and onboarding text through branding service

Replace user-visible "gnubok" / "Gnubok" references with calls to
getBranding(). Touches:

- Auth pages (login, register, mfa/enroll): logo src/alt, MFA TOTP
  friendlyName.
- Onboarding (companies/new, invite, sandbox, WelcomeOnboarding,
  Step2CompanyDetails, NewUserChecklist, BankIdCompanyPicker,
  ArcimMigrationWorkspace): logo, headings, error/help text.
- Dashboard fallback (companyName="gnubok") and settings (backup copy,
ApiKeysPanel MCP connector name + login note, CompanyDangerZone,
  retention-notice).
- API routes (support contact subject prefix, enable-banking consent
email companyName fallback, AI inbox receipt-request appUrl,
  pain001 messageId prefix).
- MCP server "open the gnubok web app" review message.
- Salary/reports filings (AGI Programnamn, KU10 Programnamn,
payslip footer, full-archive system metadata, SRU #PROGRAM line).

Internal identifiers (cookie names gnubok-company-id /
gnubok-invite-token, API key prefix gnubok_sk_, invite token prefix
gnubok_inv_, MCP tool names, npm package gnubok-mcp, GNUBOK_API_KEY
env name) are deliberately left unchanged — they're stable contracts
that whitelabels must not break.

Defaults match current behaviour exactly.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): support legal page field-level swaps for entity and contact

Privacy and DPA pages now interpolate appName, legalEntity, and
privacyEmail from the branding service instead of hardcoding "Gnubok",
"Arcim", and "privacy@gnubok.se". Page metadata uses generateMetadata()
so titles also reflect the brand.

lib/support.ts now falls back to getBranding().supportEmail when
SUPPORT_RECIPIENT_EMAIL is unset, so a single BRANDING_SUPPORT_EMAIL
env var configures both the support form recipient and the displayed
support address.

Whitelabels with a different legal jurisdiction or entirely different
DPA text should override the page route from an extension. Phase 1
intentionally only supports field-level swaps.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(branding): add WHITELABEL.md and example branding extension

WHITELABEL.md: fork checklist, env var reference, the "do not change"
list (cookies, API key prefixes, invite token prefixes, MCP tool names,
gnubok-mcp npm package, GNUBOK_API_KEY env name), out-of-scope items,
the upstream sync workflow YAML to copy into a fork, conflict avoidance
guidance, and a verification checklist.

extensions/general/_example-branding/: copy-paste starter extension with
index.ts (commented placeholder values for registerBrandingService),
manifest.json, and README.md. Disabled by default (not added to
extensions.config.json); whitelabels cp the folder, edit, and enable.

sectors.test.ts: bumped expected extension count 12 -> 13 to account
for the new starter extension on disk. The generated registry is
unchanged because the example is disabled.

The sync workflow YAML is documented inline in WHITELABEL.md rather
than checked in as a workflow file. It's only meaningful in a fork --
gnubok itself has nothing to sync from.

* fix(branding): address PR review — lazy support email + escape brand in HTML/XML

Three issues from code review:

P1 — lib/support.ts: SUPPORT_RECIPIENT_EMAIL was a module-level const,
evaluated at import time before extensions register branding overrides
via ensureInitialized(). Convert to getSupportRecipientEmail() lazy
accessor; update the only caller in app/api/support/contact/route.ts.
Extension-supplied supportEmail values now route correctly.

P2 — app/api/mcp-oauth/authorize/route.ts: appName was interpolated
into the consent page HTML without escapeHtml(), inconsistent with
the existing escaping of companyName. Wrap appName.toLowerCase() in
escapeHtml() at use sites in <title> and the body paragraph.

P2 — lib/salary/agi/xml-generator.ts and lib/salary/ku/ku10-generator.ts:
appName placed inside <gem:Programnamn> / <Programnamn> XML elements
without escapeXml(), the helper already used for other admin-controlled
fields in the same files. Wrap accordingly to prevent malformed XML if
a brand name contains XML reserved characters.

All admin-controlled inputs only — no user-exploitable path. Defense in
depth, not a known incident.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(branding): security follow-up — lazy metadata, SRU/email header sanitization

Self-audit after the PR review surfaced four more concerns. Fixes them
with the same defense-in-depth posture as the prior review fixes.

1. app/layout.tsx — same eager-evaluation class as P1 support.ts. The
   module-level `const branding = getBranding()` froze branding before
extensions registered, so extension-based overrides for title,
description, themeColor, and apple-touch-icon silently never applied.
   - Convert to generateMetadata() / generateViewport() (lazy, run per
     request, see extension-registered overrides).
   - Inline getBranding() inside RootLayout for the apple-touch-icon
href so it picks up overrides too.
   - Add ensureInitialized() at module level so extensions are loaded
before the first metadata call. Mirrors the API route pattern.

2. app/manifest.ts — same class. The dynamic manifest function reads
getBranding() per request, but if the manifest is requested before
any other module has triggered ensureInitialized(), extensions are
still unloaded. Add ensureInitialized() at module level.

3. lib/reports/ink2/sru-generator.ts — appName interpolated into the
SRU `#PROGRAM` directive without sanitization. SRU's reserved char
is `#` (directive marker) and CRLF injects new directives. Wrap in
the existing sanitizeString() helper to match the pattern used for
other admin-controlled fields in this file (#NAMN, #ADRESS, etc.).

4. extensions/general/email/lib/resend-service.ts — appName and the
user-controlled fromName both flow into the From header. Resend's
API does its own validation, but defense in depth: strip CRLF and
angle brackets via a small sanitizeHeaderPart() helper before
   building the header string. fromName was a pre-existing surface;
appName is new with this whitelabel work.

All four are admin-controlled inputs (env vars or extension code),
not user-exploitable. No known incidents — defense in depth, and
correctness for extension-based whitelabels.

Jakob Wennberg cd64c0e3fb feat(skatteverket): production-ready momsdeklaration submission (#380)
* feat(skatteverket): production-ready momsdeklaration submission

Brings the Skatteverket extension up to a state where it can ship moms
declaration submission to Vercel production. Verified end-to-end against
SKV's Komplett testtjänst — all 8 momsdeklaration operations tested
(kontrollera, spara/hämta/radera utkast, lås/lås upp, hämta inlämnade,
hämta beslutade) plus signing-link return.

Bundles three coherent changes:

1. Skatteverket extension (the main work)
   - extensions.config.json: enable `skatteverket`, drop `invoice-inbox`
and `ai-agent` (those were enabled in config but lacked AWS env vars
in prod, so they loaded but failed at runtime)
   - lib/reports/vat-declaration.ts: extend ACCOUNT_RUTA to populate
     Ruta 06 (uttag 3401–3403), Ruta 20–24 (reverse-charge bases from
4xxx cost accounts), Ruta 50 (import 4545–4547), and Ruta 42
(3404/3994/3980); delete the supplier-type heuristic that made
     Ruta 20 and Ruta 23 always 0
   - extensions/general/skatteverket/lib/token-store.ts: work around
three real prod schema-drift issues — wrong column on read/delete
(was `company_id`, schema only has `user_id`), missing
UNIQUE(user_id) constraint that makes UPSERT fail (switched to
DELETE+INSERT), missing RLS policies (switched to service-role
client). Refresh path now reuses existing row's company_id when
     none is passed.
   - extensions/general/skatteverket/index.ts: 9 sites switched from
ctx.companyId to ctx.userId for the token-store key; pass
     companyId from the OAuth callback
   - extensions/general/skatteverket/types.ts + components/reports/
SkatteverketPanel.tsx: align field names with v1.0.24 RAML
     (signeringsLank/kontrollResultat/resultat/kod/status/beskrivning).
Without this, the signing link never displayed.
   - SkatteverketPanel: add Lås upp + Radera utkast + Hämta utkast +
Hämta beslut buttons so the full lifecycle is reachable from the UI
   - lib/reports/__tests__/vat-declaration.test.ts: rewritten to match
the refactored calculator; new fixtures for cost-account-based
reverse charge (Ruta 20/21/22/23/24), Ruta 50 import, Ruta 06
uttag, Ruta 42 expansion; SKV §4.1.1.4 cross-field contract checks
   - supabase/migrations/20260428120000_skatteverket_tokens_user_id_unique.sql:
idempotently adds the missing UNIQUE(user_id) constraint
   - scripts/*: dev-only helpers used during the prod-of-test
verification (create test company, seed VAT data, inspect token
     state, etc.)

2. Journal-entries cancelled-status filter
   - app/api/bookkeeping/journal-entries/route.ts: when no status filter
is supplied, exclude `cancelled` entries by default
   - supabase/migrations/20260428153500_journal_entries_with_related_exclude_statuses.sql

3. Swedish e-invoicing skill (reference docs only — no runtime code)
   - .claude/skills/swedish-e-invoicing/

* fix(skatteverket): address PR review findings

- panel: handleFetchDraft read `result.data?.last` (typo) — switched to
`result.data?.locked` to match the field defined in
SkatteverketUtkastResponse and the v1.0.24 RAML. The "(låst)" suffix on
the success message would silently never appear before this fix.

- api-client: getValidToken had no concurrency guard, so two parallel
SKV requests from the same user could both call /token with the same
refresh_token. SKV rotates the refresh_token on first use, so the
second call would 401 with REFRESH_EXHAUSTED-adjacent failures. With
the new 6-button UI on SkatteverketPanel, rapid clicks made this a
realistic trigger. Added an in-process Promise map keyed on userId
that coalesces concurrent refresh attempts; cross-process races are
mitigated by re-reading tokens inside the critical section before
calling refreshAccessToken (if another process refreshed already, we
use the newer token instead of burning the old refresh_token).

- migration 20260428120000: dedup query used `created_at < max(...)`,
which failed to remove duplicates inserted in the same second. The
subsequent ALTER TABLE … ADD CONSTRAINT would then abort. Switched
to ctid (Postgres physical row identifier) to break timestamp ties.

* fix(skatteverket): throw on token-store SELECT error before destructive DELETE

The company_id pre-read in storeTokens used destructuring that discarded
the error field. If the service-role SELECT failed for any reason (network
blip, overloaded DB, transient permissions issue), `existing` became null,
`resolvedCompanyId` stayed undefined, and execution fell through to the
DELETE. The old row got deleted successfully, then the INSERT omitted
company_id and failed with the NOT NULL constraint violation — leaving
the user with no token row at all and forcing a fresh BankID handshake.

Now we capture the SELECT error and throw before the DELETE runs.

Jakob Wennberg 74de71f7be feat(reports): PDF download for Resultatrapport and Balansrapport (#366)
* feat(reports): PDF download for Resultatrapport and Balansrapport

User feedback after merging #363: "Ladda ner PDF saknas för de nya
resultat- och balansrapporterna." The previous PR deferred PDFs to a
follow-up; this is the follow-up.

New operational PDF template (`operational-report-pdf-template.tsx`) with
two exports — ResultatrapportPDF and BalansrapportPDF. Mirrors the visual
style of the formal FinancialStatementPDF but **omits the yellow
"Arbetsutkast – ej undertecknat" disclaimer**, which only belongs on
draft årsredovisning per ÅRL 2:7 §. These are löpande reports, never an
årsredovisning at any stage.

Resultatrapport PDF: account / name / current period / prior period
(prior column hidden when no previous fiscal period exists), grouped by
BAS account class with subtotals and a "Beräknat resultat" summary line.

Balansrapport PDF: account / name / IB / UB / förändring per class 1 and
class 2, with the same Balanscheck card the on-screen view shows
(Summa tillgångar, Summa eget kapital + reserver + skulder, Beräknat
resultat ej bokslutsjusterat, Balanserar / Balanserar ej verdict).

Wired up "Ladda ner PDF" buttons on both ResultatrapportView and
BalansrapportView.

* fix(reports): prevent PDF row truncation; align Balansrapport filename

Two crucial fixes from the PR review:

  - Drop wrap={false} from the outer group <View> in both PDFs. With
    wrap=false on a group exceeding one A4 page, @react-pdf/renderer
silently clips overflow rows. Large class 1 (80+ active accounts on
a real company) was at risk of dropping rows from the rendered file
with no warning. Outer group now wraps; wrap={false} retained on
individual rows and the subtotal so neither breaks mid-line.

  - Balansrapport filename anchor changed from period.end to
period.start to match the convention used by resultatrapport,
balance-sheet, and income-statement PDF routes. The Swedish
compliance bot preferred period.end (snapshot semantics), Greptile
preferred period.start (cross-route consistency); the latter wins
because predictable sorting/renaming matters for archived
    räkenskapsinformation.

Jakob Wennberg 4822649c26 feat(reports): split operational Resultatrapport/Balansrapport from formal Räkning views (#363)
* feat(reports): add Resultatrapport and Balansrapport (operational reports)

Per user feedback (Anders Gengård): Swedish accounting practice (BFL 6 kap,
ÅRL Bilaga 1-3) distinguishes operational reports (Resultatrapport /
Balansrapport, used during the year for reconciliation, account-level
detail with numbers) from formal statements (Resultaträkning /
Balansräkning, part of årsbokslut/årsredovisning, ÅRL uppställningsform,
no account numbers). Until now gnubok only had a hybrid version under
"Bokslut" that did neither well.

This adds the operational pair as their own reports under a new "Löpande
rapporter" section on the Reports page. Resultaträkning and Balansräkning
under "Bokslut" are kept untouched (their yellow ÅRL 2:7 § draft
disclaimer stays — it's appropriate there). Saldobalans moves into the
new operational section.

Both new generators reuse generateTrialBalance — Balansrapport filters to
classes 1-2 with IB/UB/förändring; Resultatrapport filters to classes 3-8,
calls trial balance for the previous period (via fiscal_periods.previous_period_id)
and joins per account so the user sees current vs prior side-by-side.
Account 8999 is excluded the same way generateIncomeStatement excludes it.

13 new unit tests cover grouping, prior-period join, account-class
exclusions, zero-row filtering, and the missing-period fallback.

* feat(reports): show Balanscheck on Balansrapport

Addresses the most material PR review finding (raised by both the Swedish
compliance bot and Greptile): BalansrapportReport returned total_assets_ub
and total_equity_liabilities_ub but the UI never displayed them, so the
user could not verify that books balance.

generateBalansrapport now also returns:
  - beraknat_resultat = total_assets - total_eq_liab (Fortnox/Visma
convention: residual on the balance side; equals current-year P&L
during a running year, drops to 0 once year-end closing posts
    8999 → 2099)
  - is_balanced from the underlying trial balance — that's the meaningful
integrity check (a missing IB row or continuity break shows up as an
    imbalanced TB)

UI gets a Balanscheck card showing the three totals plus a Balanserar /
Balanserar ej verdict.

Other PR review items (Föregående header polish, inline subtotal diff
rounding, class-8 filter scope, 2099 caveat, terminology disclaimer) are
non-blocking and deferred.

* fix(reports): correct BAS class labels and add bokslut caveat

Addresses three findings from the Swedish compliance bot's review of the
prior commit:

  - Class 6 label dropped the informal '(forts.)' marker — '6 Övriga
externa kostnader' is the BAS-correct heading.
  - Balansrapport class 2 label expanded to 'Eget kapital, obeskattade
reserver, avsättningar och skulder' to match ÅRL Bilaga 1. The old
label hid 21xx (periodiseringsfond, överavskrivningar) and 22xx
(avsättningar) which matter for AB users.
  - Beräknat resultat row in the Balanscheck card now reads 'Beräknat
resultat (ej bokslutsjusterat)' so the residual is not misread as
    a confirmed profit figure pre-closing.

Skipped the bot's 8910/8999 finding: 8910 is 'Skatt på årets resultat'
(regular tax expense), not a closing account; 8999 is the only BAS
closing account, so the existing exclusion is correct.

Jakob Wennberg 4cd0a55761 Copy voucher, MRU booking templates, and PDF export for reports (#303)
* feat: copy voucher, MRU booking templates, and PDF export for reports

- Add "Kopiera verifikat" action on the journal-entry detail page that
prefills a new draft with the source entry's lines, description, and
notes. Date defaults to today so locked-period posts can't happen by
  accident; source_type resets to manual.
- Track per-company MRU for booking_template_library rows via a new
booking_template_usage table (fire-and-forget touch endpoint hooked
into both pickers) and sort the list most-recently-used first for
  the active company.
- Generate downloadable PDFs for balansräkning and resultaträkning
using the existing @react-pdf/renderer toolchain. Adds a reusable
parameterized template and two API routes, with download buttons
  on the matching report views.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: address PR review feedback on copy-voucher + report PDFs

Compliance review (Swedish accounting):
- Balance-sheet PDF now refuses to render when
tillgångar ≠ eget kapital och skulder; the stale "Differens" summary
row is gone. The on-screen view still surfaces the existing
"Balanserar ej" warning so users can diagnose the imbalance before
  downloading. ÅRL 3 kap / K2 / K3 require exact balance.
- Both PDF routes now 400 when the requested fiscal period cannot be
resolved — identifiable period is part of räkenskapsinformation
  under BFL 7 kap.
- Income-statement PDF adds the mandatory
"Resultat efter finansiella poster" subtotal when financial items
are present, per K2/K3 uppställningsform (ÅRL bilaga 2).
- Copy-voucher flow now shows a clear banner ("Kopia av verifikat X —
nytt, fristående verifikat skapas") so users cannot mistake the copy
  for a rättelse/storno.

Code review (Greptile):
- New migration adds updated_at column + trigger to
booking_template_usage (project convention; applied to the
  Supabase project).
- Replace localeCompare on ISO timestamps with plain relational
comparison to avoid any locale-dependent ordering.
- UUID-format validation on the copy_from query param before it goes
  into the fetch URL.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: second round of Swedish compliance fixes on report PDFs

- Balance-sheet PDF imbalance check now compares rounded-to-whole-kronor
totals (SFL 22:1 convention). The previous 0.5-öre tolerance could
reject a legitimate balance sheet when accumulated floating-point
noise across hundreds of ledger lines exceeded the threshold. The
on-screen view still surfaces the öre-precise "Balanserar ej" badge
  for diagnostic visibility.
- Both PDFs now carry a prominent "Arbetsutkast — ej undertecknat"
notice per ÅRL 2 kap 7 §. Prevents a downloaded PDF from being
mistaken for or filed as an approved årsredovisning.
- Income-statement PDF now follows K2/K3 uppställningsform
(ÅRL bilaga 2) by splitting class 8 into three blocks with named
subtotals: Finansiella poster (80–84), Bokslutsdispositioner (88),
Skatter (89). The summary now always shows a "Skatt på årets
resultat" row so the reader can verify the tax calculation, and
adds "Resultat efter finansiella poster" / "Bokslutsdispositioner"
subtotals when each block is present.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: harden report PDFs against out-of-band filing + future BAS growth

- Append "-utkast" to downloaded PDF filenames. The filename survives the
  PDF's disclaimer context — a file named balansrakning-2026-01-01.pdf
in a Downloads folder or forwarded attachment is ambiguous, whereas
balansrakning-2026-01-01-utkast.pdf makes the draft status legible
  even without opening the document.
- Add a catch-all "Övriga finansiella poster" bucket in the
income-statement PDF for any class-8 section whose account prefix
  isn't one of the known K2/K3 blocks (80–84 / 88 / 89). Counted in
the "Resultat efter finansiella poster" subtotal so arithmetic stays
consistent. Future-proofs the PDF against a generator change that
  starts emitting 85–87 sections.
