Jakob Wennberg 1e91c126ff fix(worklist): count unbooked skattekonto rows in the Att göra badge and Hem list (#2180) (#2227) 
The Transaktioner inbox lists unbooked skattekonto rows next to unbooked
bank rows, but the sidebar badge and the Hem "Att göra" list counted bank
rows only, so a migrated tax account waited in the inbox unseen.

- lib/worklist: new category book_skattekonto with the inbox's own
  predicate (status = 'booked', no verifikat, not ignored); aggregate
  includes it in counts and total.
- Hem: a "Bokföra skattekontohändelser" row under Bokför, deep-linking to
  /transactions?source=skatteverket.
- Sidebar badge hook: the same third head-count query, summed into the
  /transactions badge.
- DashboardNav subscribes to skattekonto_transactions realtime changes;
  migration adds the table to the supabase_realtime publication so a
  booked or ignored row drops the badge without a manual refresh.

Remove 33 dead files, ~270 unreferenced exports/types, 13 dead i18n
namespaces and 4 unused dependencies; fold byte-identical helper copies
into one canonical home each (lib/utils chunk/sleep/utcDateStamp,
lib/dates/iso, lib/invariants/uuid, lib/xml/escape, lib/reports/sru/format,
lib/pdf/number-text, lib/browser/panel-request, lib/api/v1/body +
v1ValidationError rolled out to ~55 v1 routes, booking-template schemas).

No behaviour change: v1 bodies and status codes, MCP tool schemas, DB
writes and money math are untouched. Naive ore rounding was deliberately
not swapped for roundOre; see DECISIONS.md 2026-09-02 for the full list
of things left alone on purpose.

tsc, lint, 19588 unit tests and check:guards green; antipattern baseline
ratcheted (naive-ore-round 622 -> 620, hand-rolled-invariant 115 -> 113).

Mattsson 43341aa55c feat(ui): shift-click range selection on list row checkboxes (#2117) 
* feat(ui): shift-click range selection on list row checkboxes

Click one checkbox, shift-click another, and every row between them
takes the clicked row's new state, the way mail clients work. Turns a
20-row bulk selection into two clicks.

New useRangeSelect hook (lib/hooks/use-range-select.ts) keeps the anchor
and applies the range over the rows as currently rendered, so it follows
filtering, sorting and paging rather than the underlying data order. A
shift-click with no valid anchor (first click, or the anchor filtered
away) degrades to a plain toggle. Select-all and clear reset the anchor.

Wired into the 8 selection surfaces: transaction inbox and skattekonto
inbox (separate ranges, since the two row types book through different
endpoints), journal entry list, invoices, supplier invoices, orders,
pending operations, invoice inbox workspace.

Radix' onCheckedChange carries no mouse event, so each row records
shiftKey from the click that precedes it; the checkbox cells get
select-none so shift-clicking does not smear a text selection.

The pure range rule is unit tested (10 cases: both directions, range
unselect, anchor invalidation, rendered-order independence).

Review findings from CodeRabbit and the skeptic pass, all in the new
range-selection feature:

- Clearing a selection left the anchor behind, so the next shift-click
  extended from a row the user could no longer see selected (click a row,
  press "Rensa markering", shift-click 30 rows down, get 30 rows). The
  explicit resetAnchor() calls only covered the clear paths that were
  wired by hand; several others (period change, filter change, post-bulk
  success, "Avmarkera") were not. An empty selection now counts as having
  no anchor, which covers every clear path including ones added later.
- The invoice inbox passed optimistic upload placeholders into visibleIds
  even though they render no checkbox. Safe today only because
  placeholders are always prepended; filtering them out makes the
  invariant local instead of depending on insert order elsewhere.
- pending: "Godkänn alla" pre-selects a non-empty set, so it resets the
  anchor explicitly.

Two existing tests used a fixture the UI cannot reach (an anchor with an
empty selection); they now start from the state a real anchor implies.

Sovereign plan WS1 PR1 (#1406 Tier 2, extraction-first, aligned with the
AI surface audit).

lib/ai grows a job-shaped service (generateText / generateStructured /
extractFromDocument; no streaming members yet, see plan rule R3):
- services/anthropic-family delegates to the existing createAiClient()
  and sends the exact request literals the inbox extractor sent before
  (request-shape tests deep-equal them), so hosted Bedrock stays
  byte-identical.
- services/openai-compatible talks to any chat-completions endpoint
  (BYO Swedish provider) via Vercel AI SDK 6.x, exact-pinned and
  guarded: images as parts, PDFs rasterized with poppler (AI_PDF_MODE)
  or sent natively, AI_VISION / AI_STRICT_JSON declared, honest skips
  (ai_no_vision, pdf_rasterizer_missing) instead of fake failures.
- config.ts: AI_PROVIDER/AI_BASE_URL/AI_API_KEY/AI_MODEL and per-tier
  AI_*_MODEL with the legacy BEDROCK_* names kept as the same overrides;
  getAiStatus() is the single source of truth for "is AI wired up".
- provider.ts: openai-compatible in the auto-detect chain (after Bedrock
  and the direct API); createAiClient() refuses it loudly.

Document extraction moves onto the service and gets the audit's fixes:
- Inbox documents were extracted TWICE (pipeline A ran inside
  uploadDocument() before the inbox row existed, so its dedupe branch
  never fired; 3 707 + 1 666 calls / 30 d). The inbox now declares
  extractionOwner on the upload, the extension yields, and the inbox
  mirrors its single outcome onto document_attachments from every
  writer (sync, deferred, attach, retry, MCP).
- Every "no extraction will ever happen" outcome is stamped
  (skipped:no_ai_entitlement / ai_unconfigured / system_generated /
  ...); the status route maps the quiet ones to 'disabled' on the first
  poll instead of a 30 s client timeout. Prod showed 309 of the 327
  never-extracted uploads were the paywall working silently.
- Self-generated documents (our own invoice PDFs, payout files) are no
  longer OCR'd.
- Agent invoke answers 503 ai_unconfigured when the deployment has no
  assistant backend, distinct from the paywall.

Guard: new direct-ai-client antipattern check (shrink-only allowlist of
the pre-abstraction SDK callers) plus exact pins for @anthropic-ai/sdk,
ai and @ai-sdk/openai-compatible.

Verified: 15 958 unit tests green, guards, lint ratchet, typecheck, and a
live smoke against hosted Bedrock through the new service (ping, streamed
tool turn, thinking+cache, PDF extraction).

A local model server (llama.cpp's server, Ollama /v1, LM Studio, vLLM)
usually has no auth. Before, the OpenAI-compatible backend required both
AI_BASE_URL and AI_API_KEY to count as configured, so running Accounted on a
local model meant setting a meaningless placeholder key.

- resolveAiProvider / hasAiCredentials: a base URL alone is now enough.
- services/openai-compatible: only send Authorization: Bearer when AI_API_KEY
  is set, so a keyless server is never handed an empty bearer; a hosted
  provider that needs a key still sets it.
- Docs (SELF-HOSTING Option 3: local-model example, key marked optional),
  DECISIONS.

Verified: with no AI_API_KEY, just AI_BASE_URL + AI_MODEL, getAiStatus()
reports configured=true / provider=openai-compatible (live). lib/ai suite
71 green; tsc, guards, lint clean. Bedrock/Anthropic logic unchanged.

Customer feedback: stepping between invoices in a reskontra (56 -> 57 ->
58) required going back to the list for every record.

List pages now write their full ordered id array to sessionStorage when
a row is opened (Accounted:list-context:<scope>:<companyId>), and the
detail pages for kundfakturor, leverantorsfakturor, and verifikat show
a compact prev/next pager (chevrons + 'n av m') next to the back
control. ArrowLeft/ArrowRight step too, except while typing in a text
field or while a dialog is open. Navigation uses router.replace so
'tillbaka' returns to the list in one step. Deep links and new tabs
have no context: the pager hides and pages behave as before.

- The keyboard guard matched any mounted [role=dialog], so the agent

  selector (data-state="open" variants incl. alertdialog and radix

  lib/hooks/detail-pager-guards.ts so the rules are testable in the

- Arrow keys could unmount the verifikat page and destroy an unsaved

  DetailPager now take a keyboard flag, and the verifikat page
  disables keyboard paging while editingNotes is active; the chevron
  buttons stay live.
- The expanded-row Visa detaljer link in JournalEntryList navigated
  without writing the list context, producing stale pager snapshots;
  it now calls rememberListContext like the voucher link.
- ListContext.listPath was written and strictly validated but never
  consumed: removed from the interface, all writers, and the read
  validation. Reads stay tolerant of extra properties so contexts
  stored by older builds still parse.

The pager sat between the back arrow and the H1, which read as a toolbar
of three boxed buttons and made the title jump horizontally per record.
All three detail pages now share the verifikat page's pattern: a muted
back text-link on the left and the pager right-aligned on the same quiet
row. The pager itself drops to 16px glyphs, muted ink, and hides when the
list context holds a single record.

  verifikat (existing editor, voucher-number hint kept), Bokfor fran mall
  (new centered TemplateBookDialog: existing booking_template_library
  data MRU-ordered, date + editable amount recomputing the kontering
  live via applyTemplate, Balanserar row, direct booking + MRU touch),
  and Skapa med assistenten (existing agent-sheet path; suggestion lands
  in Granskning). Last-used mode persists via ui_state.create_mode
- Draft posting goes through ConfirmDialog describing the outcome
  ("Bokfors som verifikat A-218: ...") with an indicative next-voucher
  preview; the success toast still shows the real number
- "Underlag saknas" becomes the row's only warning chip (Badge warning)
  instead of the bare triangle icon; exempt rows keep the muted glyph
- New lib/hooks/use-ui-state.ts: client read of ui_state to seed the
  split button's initial mode

No backend, migration or RPC changes. VAT-split math is applyTemplate,

concept's vlines sub-table (uppercase hairline heads, Summa row).
Expansion actions become quiet underlined links (Visa detaljer, Skapa
andringsverifikation, Aterfor (storno), Kopiera); posting keeps its pill
+ ConfirmDialog. Drafts get a row-level Bokfor button like the concept.

All functionality preserved: batch "Inget underlag kravs" bar (above the

density toggle is dropped: the table has one density by design.

Fixes from verification: the list's i18n lives in the journal_list

The AGI panel required users to know that "Ladda ner AGI-fil" was the
generate step, then click submit, signing link, and kvittens manually.
A nollkorning filing stalled on "AGI-XML saknas" pointing at a UI path
that does not exist.

- New primary button "Lamna in till Skatteverket" chains the existing
  endpoints client-side: generate XML if missing, POST underlag, poll
  kontrollresultat, create signing link, open Mina Sidor in a tab opened
  synchronously at click (popup-blocker safe). Inline stepper shows each
  step; the four old buttons become collapsed advanced/recovery actions,
  auto-expanded in stale-draft and rejected states. XML download stays
  visible and free for manual filing.
- deriveAgiFilingState() + useAgiSubmission() lift the per-period
  submission record to the run page: the progress rail and salary hero
  now render the real state machine (generated, underlag inskickat,
  vantar pa BankID-signatur, inlamnad med kvittensnummer) instead of
  telling users to "lamna in" an already-submitted declaration.
- Success card with kvittensnummer and signature metadata once signed,
  plus a toast when a poll flips the state while the page is open.
- AGI kvittens cron every 15 min instead of every 2 h so filings signed
  on another device get stamped and emailed promptly.
- Advanced submit also auto-generates, and the stale "Lon -> AGI ->
  Generera" error text now points at the real buttons.

The bank redirect landed on a blank page for the several seconds the
callback spent exchanging the PSD2 session and mirroring accounts, and
every failed connect attempt left a status='error' row that rendered

duplicate connections to the same bank.

- Stream a branded "Slutfor bankanslutningen" progress page from the
  callback: the shell flushes before the session exchange starts and a
  script/meta redirect follows when the work completes, with a 30s
  slow-work escape hatch. Fast outcomes (denial, bad params, unknown
  state) keep their plain redirects.
- Delete never-activated connection rows (no session_id, no
  accounts_data) on denial or exchange failure, and sweep leftovers for
  the same bank on the next connect. Established connections keep their
  "Atgard krävs" card via the accounts_data guard; FKs are ON DELETE
  SET NULL so deletion has no dependents.
- Show "Banken ar ansluten: hamtar dina konton" while the settings
  panel loads after the callback instead of an anonymous spinner.

and the MCP commit executor already rejected non-drafts.

- Non-draft invoices now return 409 INVOICE_ALREADY_SENT.
- The draft to sent status flip is an optimistic lock (status guard plus
  row-count check); journal entry, accrual schedules, PDF archival and
  the invoice.sent event only run for the request that won the flip.
- On a flip failure the journal entry is deferred: the row stays draft
  and a retry re-runs the pipeline, ending with exactly one verifikat.

client from another payroll system, with every write staged for approval.

  fields, cutover opening balances (single + atomic bulk PUT), vacation
  balance + vacation-year-close. PUT added to the wrapper's idempotency/

  at staging: pending_operations never holds plaintext.
- Scope-map audit retrofit: 11 formerly unmapped tools now scoped;
  BREAKING for keys that relied on the 4 default-allow writes.
- Cutover: employee_opening_balances (derived lock trigger, self-unlocks
  on run correction), engine YTD/karens/liability integration,
  Ingaende saldon section in the employee editor.
- Arbetsschema-lite: employees.hours_per_week/workdays_per_week drive the
  hourly/daily divisors; legacy 173/21 preserved exactly at defaults so
  existing pay math is byte-identical.
- Vacation ledger + semesterberedning/arsavslut: recomputed per-year day
  balances (synced on book/correct, non-fatal), year-close with the
  min-20 floor, 5-year sparade-dagar expiry to forced payout, and a
  2920/2940 drift adjustment via the bookkeeping engine; Semester
  dashboard card with preview-then-confirm dialog.
- Fix: Zod 4 defaults leak through .partial(), which made every sparse
  employee PATCH fail validation and reset defaulted columns.

Migrations 20260713100000/101000/110000/121000/122000 (applied to
staging with version rows; prod via merge). vacation_ledger renamed from
20260713120000 to avoid colliding with vat_declaration_totals_rpc.

The dominant cost was infrastructure: Vercel functions ran in iad1
(Washington D.C.) while Supabase (DB + auth) lives in eu-north-1
(Stockholm), so every request paid 4-5 transatlantic round trips of
auth + company resolution before doing any real work (measured
530-1900ms for single-query GETs in prod logs). Pin functions to arn1
and cut the redundant work on top:

- vercel.json: functions to arn1, same city as the database
- getActiveCompanyId: preference + first-membership queries run in
  parallel; the fallback result doubles as validation in the common
  single-company case (one round trip instead of two sequential)
- withRouteContext: Server-Timing header and authMs/companyMs/handlerMs
  in the op-completed log, so latency is attributable per phase
- dashboard layout: nav badge counts off the critical path; DashboardNav
  loads them client-side via the new use-worklist-badges SWR hook with
  debounced realtime revalidation
- swr (new dependency, approved): global provider; useCompanySettings
  shares one cache entry across consumers and renders from cache on
  back-navigation instead of re-showing skeletons
- /pending: realtime refetch debounced; bulk operations previously
  fired 4 requests per row-change event
- VAT declaration: new get_vat_declaration_totals RPC returns
  per-account totals, settlement-shape detection (#984) and
  source_type counts in ONE round trip instead of paging every
  entry+line through PostgREST. Account lists stay TS-side parameters
  so ACCOUNT_RUTA remains the single source of truth. Shape-exclusion
  coverage moved to tests/pg/vat-declaration-totals-rpc.pg.test.ts;
  DDL already applied to staging.
- bundle: CommandPalette lazy-mounts on first Ctrl/Cmd+K, AgentChat
  dynamic-imports the markdown parser, @vercel/speed-insights (new
  dependency, approved) added for real-user timings

The /salary fetch-waterfall fix from the same effort already landed
inside 2084a756.

match flow already absorbed the residual to 3740.

- PaymentBookingDialog now proposes the rounded bank leg plus the 3740
  residual line (credit when rounded up, debit when rounded down),
  resolved via getDisplayTotal from the per-invoice override and
  company_settings.ore_rounding.
- settleInvoicePayment and the v1 mark-paid route absorb the sub-krona

Jakob Wennberg ec27228a8e style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890) 
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests,
and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than
house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon
for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal
ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for
paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by
hand together to keep sv/en in sync.

Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than
decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex,
charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE
encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the
agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and
a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte.

Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in
ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial
pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it
exists to verify.

Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27
SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes,
with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above.

Jakob Wennberg a8072f6423 feat: realtime updates for dashboard transactions (rebased reimplementation of #757) (#833) 
* Add realtime transaction subscriptions to dashboard and transactions page

Introduce a shared browser Supabase hook so client components can create a stable realtime-capable client once and reuse it across multiple dashboard surfaces. Dashboard navigation now keeps the uncategorized transactions badge in sync through a company-scoped postgres_changes subscription on public.transactions, and the transactions page now subscribes to the same table so it can refresh its list and uncategorized count live without a full page reload.

The transactions page keeps the initial server-driven load path intact, but once mounted it listens for inserts, updates, and deletes on the active company's transactions. When a change arrives it refetches the list and total uncategorized count using the same RLS-scoped filters that already power the page, then hydrates the visible rows in the same way as the initial load. The refresh path is intentionally coalesced so bursts of realtime events do not trigger overlapping database reads.

The dashboard nav and the transactions page both use the new shared hook instead of creating browser clients ad hoc. This keeps the realtime client setup consistent, avoids duplicate client construction logic, and makes it straightforward to add more realtime dashboard consumers later without re-implementing the same Supabase plumbing.

A Supabase migration is included to add public.transactions to the supabase_realtime publication. Without that publication entry the browser subscription would be correct but silent, so the migration is required for hosted environments as well as local resets.

Also included in this commit is the current package-lock.json drift present in the staged set.

The SIE 4 spec allows either space or tab between fields, but
splitSIELine() only treated space (0x20) as a separator. Bollbok
exports tab-separated lines for every record except #RAR, which
silently swallowed all #IB / #UB / #KONTO / #KTYP / #VER / #TRANS
records — imports appeared empty even though the file was well-formed.

Also adds a parser-side diagnostic that emits a warning when raw #IB
or #VER lines are present in the input but parsing produced none. The
previous silent failure is how this bug stayed hidden; the warning
gives the import preview something visible to surface next time.

Verified against two real reproducer files (Sean / Erik Hellqvist):
  erik h 2025.SE (UTF-8): 166 accounts, 66 IB, 4 UB, 11 RES, 95 vouchers, 198 TRANS.
  erik h 2026.SE (CP437): 166 accounts, 66 IB, 4 UB, 0 vouchers.
Both now parse with zero warnings/errors.

Tests:
  + 8 Bollbok-shape tab-separated fixtures (2025 + 2026 quoting variants).

- Settings value wins when present so existing users with a saved choice

- redactTic allowlist was the bottleneck — it stripped beneficialOwners,

DashboardNav redesign:

  badge on /pending shows the count when there are pending ops.
- Mid section: four collapsible dropdowns (Försäljning, Inköp,
  Redovisning, Personal). Each auto-expands when the active route lives
  inside it. KPI moved from main to Redovisning. Extension nav items
  (TIC workspace, etc.) fold into Redovisning.
- Bottom-left: new account popover (DropdownMenu, opens upward) holding
  CompanySwitcher, Inställningar, Hjälp, Support, Logga ut. Replaces
  the old top company-switcher card + the bottom Support/Logout block.
- Mobile drawer mirrors the new structure: top items as flat list,
  same four dropdown groups, separate "Tillägg" section when
  extensions exist, "Mitt konto" section at the bottom.
- i18n: invoice_inbox label renamed "Dokumentinkorg" → "Underlag"
  ("Documents" in en). New keys: mitt_konto, group_extensions.

- Extracted lib/agent/intents/shared-rules.ts with five cross-cutting
  rules: underlag first (check inbox + ask user to upload to
  Dokumentinkorgen when missing), ask follow-ups when ambiguous, never
  write four-digit BAS account numbers in chat (category names only),
  cite atoms / load skills (don't guess), check counterparty history
  before proposing.
- Injected renderAgentGroundRules() into all six intents above.
  transaction-categorization left alone — it has more detailed inline
  rules tied to its specific underlag-flow.

Paragraph break after tool calls:
- text_delta from the model often resumes after a tool call without a
  leading newline ("kategoriseras." → gnubok_query_journal runs → "Inget
  historik hittades…" appended directly). Markdown rendered the
  concatenation as one paragraph.
- AgentChat text_delta handler now inserts \n\n when (a) the buffer
  ends with text content, (b) the incoming delta starts with text
  content, (c) at least one tool call has run, and (d) the buffer
  doesn't already end with a blank line.

Three pre-ship quality wins.

Rate-limit-safe TIC v2 upgrade:
- The /profile endpoint fans out to ~13 Lens calls; the account has a
  ~3000/mo ceiling. Force-refreshing every pre-v2 (v1) snapshot across
  the customer base would blow the budget.
- ensureTicSnapshot gains an `upgradeV1` flag. A cached snapshot still
  inside the 7-day window is re-fetched only when (a) the caller passes
  upgradeV1 AND (b) the snapshot is v1-shaped (missing the v2-only
  `statuses` key). Gated to the two agent-onboarding call sites — a
  deliberate, once-per-company action and the only consumer of the v2
  sections. Workspace + signup keep the natural 7-day staleness, so the
  v1→v2 migration is lazy and bounded to companies actually building an
  agent.

Known-counterparty defaults (shared-rules):
- Agent now proposes a sensible default for well-known counterparties
  instead of asking the same question monthly: Almi → lån, Tillväxtverket/
  Vinnova/EU-stöd → bidrag, Skatteverket → skatt/avgift or återbäring,
  Bolagsverket → avgift, Försäkringskassan → ersättning, EF private
  withdrawal → eget uttag. Stated as an assumption the user can correct,
  not a hard rule — underlag/history still wins.

Företagsprofil settings page:
- New /settings/agent-profile (Företagsprofil / "Company profile"):
  view + edit the agent's company profile after onboarding — assistant
  name + avatar, the profile summary the agent reasons from, and a
  read-only chip view of loaded specialities (atoms). Backed by the
  existing GET/PATCH /api/agent/profile.
- New GET /api/agent/atom-titles?ids= resolves atom slugs → human titles
  for the chips (registry is globally-readable reference data).
- Added to SettingsSidebar; i18n keys agent_profile (sv "Företagsprofil"
  / en "Company profile").

Note: /chat already redirects unverified users to / (chat layout guard),
and / renders WelcomeGate → /onboarding/agent. No redirect work needed.
AgentSetupBanner.tsx is orphaned dead code (WelcomeGate superseded it).

- The agent re-remembers the same fact constantly (e.g. "Vercel = omvänd

  agent_memory with paraphrases over months.
- Before insert, compare the incoming fact against the 300 most-recent
  active memories by word-set Jaccard similarity (lowercased, punctuation-
  stripped, stopwords dropped). A near-duplicate (≥0.82) is treated as
  already-known: bump its relevance toward the new score + refresh
  updated_at instead of writing a new row. Embedding-free, zero added
  latency beyond one bounded SELECT.

"Assistent" nav icon = the agent's chosen avatar:
- DashboardNav reads agent identity from AgentSheetProvider and renders
  the onboarding-chosen avatar for the /chat ("Assistent") entry across

  the Sparkles glyph pre-onboarding (no avatar yet).

Nav cleanup:
- Dropped the beta badge from Underlag.
- Filtered the TIC workspace (/e/general/tic, "Företagsprofil") out of
  the nav — the same Bolagsuppgifter now lives under Inställningar →
  Företagsprofil, so it shouldn't appear in two places.

Doubled intake greeting fix:
- /chat/intake fires an invoke with no conversation_id, then swaps the
  URL to /chat/[id] the instant the `conversation` event lands — which
  can beat the greeting being persisted. /chat/[id] then hydrated with 0
  messages and, because the auto-fire guard keyed on (id && messages>0),
  fired a SECOND invoke on the same conversation → two greetings.
  Guard now keys on conversation-id presence alone: a set id means
  resume, never bootstrap. Closes the race.

Replace the per-delta heuristic with a consume-once ref:
- tool_use sets breakBeforeNextTextRef = true
- the next text_delta consumes it: prepends \n\n exactly once (only when
  the buffer has content, doesn't already end in whitespace, and the
  delta doesn't start with whitespace), then clears the flag

So the break fires once per tool→text resume, never mid-word.

- Hard "korthet är regel nummer ett": aim for 2-4 sentences, lead with
  the answer/action, no warm-up ("Här är vad som gäller…"), don't derive
  VAT in prose, don't restate what the approval card shows, one question
  at a time. The agent was writing textbook-length essays.

Representation rule now in shared-rules (so verifikation-draft, vat-review,
etc. all get it — previously only transaction-categorization had it, which
is why the verifikation flow guessed 25% VAT and skipped the cap):
- Require ANTAL deltagare (headcount), not just one name — the moms
  deduction is per person (underlag cap 300 kr/person ex moms).
- Use the receipt's ACTUAL VAT rate (usually 12% on food), never assume
  25%.
- Meal representation isn't income-tax deductible (post-2017); whole cost
  booked as non-deductible representation.

Verifikation description separator:
- createTransactionJournalEntry appended notes with an em-dash
  ("Utlägg Eatnam — Deltagare:…"), violating house style. Switched to a
  middle dot " · ". journal_entries has no separate notes column — the
  description IS the BFL verifikationstext / audit field, so deltagare +
  syfte correctly live there.

created_supplier_invoice_id — the supplier-invoice path. The
transaction-match and direct-journal-entry paths were invisible, so any
receipt cleared via /transactions looked unprocessed.

- list_inbox_items now selects + returns matched_transaction_id and
  created_journal_entry_id alongside the supplier fields, plus a derived
  `processed` boolean (true when ANY of the three terminal links is set).
- New unprocessed_only=true input filters to items with no terminal link
  — the "what still needs handling" view that prevents the agent from
  flagging already-booked docs as duplicates. (Fetches a wider window
  then filters client-side so limit applies post-filter.)
- Description updated to document the processed semantics, within the
  280-char tool-description budget.

The DB linkage itself already worked: /transactions attach-document sets
matched_transaction_id, and commitCategorizeTransaction stamps
created_journal_entry_id. This was purely a read/surface gap.

Page-level server fetch (page.tsx) intentionally stays at 5s to avoid
blocking TTFB without a visible progress affordance.

Backfill migration mirrors `company_settings.org_number` to
`companies.org_number` for the 105 cases where it's safe (after dedup
+ conflict filtering). 56 of those are on active companies — unblocks
duplicate guards, SIE/SRU exports, and TIC fallback chain. Zero TIC
API calls — pure data move. Idempotent.

Also sweeps a pre-existing SSRF guard on the stream route's origin
derivation that was sitting unstaged in the working tree — it lives in
the same diff hunks as the TIC budget change and couldn't be split cleanly.

Booking to an account not in the active chart previously threw a
generic 400 "Account(s) not found: 5010" and the user had to leave
the form to enable the account via /bookkeeping > BAS-katalog.

- New AccountsNotInChartError thrown from resolveAccountIds in the
  engine (and the parallel resolver in core/storno-service). The
  query also now filters on is_active=true, so deactivated accounts
  are treated the same as never-added ones.
- API routes that call the engine (journal-entries, reverse, correct,
  transactions/book + match-invoice + match-supplier-invoice +
  uncategorize, invoices/mark-paid, supplier-invoices + mark-paid +
  credit, salary/runs/correct, import/opening-balance/execute,
  pending-operations/commit) catch the typed error and return a
  structured 400: { error: { code: ACCOUNTS_NOT_IN_CHART,
  account_numbers, message } }.
- /api/bookkeeping/accounts/activate now also reactivates rows that
  already exist but are is_active=false, not only INSERTs. Returns
  { activated, reactivated, skipped, unknown }.
- New GET /api/bookkeeping/accounts/bas-lookup?numbers=... resolves
  BAS names client-side so the dialog can show "5010 · Lokalhyra"
  without bundling the full 1,276-account catalog.
- ActivateAccountsDialog lists the missing accounts (BAS names + any

  aktiveras: …") via getErrorMessage; wiring the dialog into those

  would succeed for the knowns and the retry would immediately

- pending-operations/commit: revert commitSendInvoice and
  commitMarkInvoiceSent to swallow AccountsNotInChartError
  silently. The prior PR upgrade made these blocking, which
  regressed invoice delivery for users whose AR accounts are
  inactive — and since the activation dialog isn't wired into
  those flows yet, there's no one-click recovery. The silent
  catches now append an InvoiceJournalEntrySkipped event to
  processing_history so the missing verifikation is actionable
  in audit trails rather than silently understating the
  momsdeklaration (revenue / utgående moms unposted).
- engine.reverseEntry: resolve account IDs with includeInactive=true
  so storno of an already-committed entry goes through even when
  the user has since deactivated one of its accounts. Blocking
  the reversal would leave the original entry uncorrected in
  violation of BFL 5 kap 5§ (rättelse must be documented). The
  default (includeInactive=false) still applies to createDraftEntry
  so new bookings to inactive accounts continue to trigger the
  activation dialog.
- supplier-invoices POST + credit: roll back the just-inserted
  supplier_invoices row (items cascade-delete) on any JE failure,
  not only AccountsNotInChartError. An orphan supplier_invoices
  row without a registration / credit JE leaves leverantörsskuld
  (2440) and ingående moms (2641) unposted — a silent
  understatement / overstatement in the momsdeklaration (ML
  2023:200 / BFL 5 kap). The catch now returns a clear Swedish
  error message for non-activation failures (typically period
  lock or DB error) instead of silently logging.

Test mocks for chart_of_accounts updated for the new query chain
(eq.in.eq instead of eq.eq.in after the is_active conditional).
