* chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers Remove 33 dead files, ~270 unreferenced exports/types, 13 dead i18n namespaces and 4 unused dependencies; fold byte-identical helper copies into one canonical home each (lib/utils chunk/sleep/utcDateStamp, lib/dates/iso, lib/invariants/uuid, lib/xml/escape, lib/reports/sru/format, lib/pdf/number-text, lib/browser/panel-request, lib/api/v1/body + v1ValidationError rolled out to ~55 v1 routes, booking-template schemas). No behaviour change: v1 bodies and status codes, MCP tool schemas, DB writes and money math are untouched. Naive ore rounding was deliberately not swapped for roundOre; see DECISIONS.md 2026-09-02 for the full list of things left alone on purpose. tsc, lint, 19588 unit tests and check:guards green; antipattern baseline ratcheted (naive-ore-round 622 -> 620, hand-rolled-invariant 115 -> 113). fix(byra): stop passing a lucide icon across the server boundary on the KPI empty state (#2110)
app/(dashboard)/byra/kpi/page.tsx is a Server Component that passed the lucide
icon TrendingUp as icon={TrendingUp} into EmptyState, a Client Component.
lucide builds every icon with forwardRef, so the value cannot be serialized
across the RSC boundary: the render throws and the route 500s into the
dashboard error boundary. The branch runs only when the byra team has zero
non-archived clients, which is every brand-new byra on day one, and retrying
never helps.
Adds an EmptyByraClients preset beside the existing ones. A reference to a
client component is serializable where the icon is not, so the icon, the copy
and the design treatment are unchanged.
The preset reads from the byra namespace under its own translator name rather
than t, because i18n/__tests__/message-keys.test.ts maps one variable name to
one namespace per file: reusing t would silently re-point every other preset's
key in this file at byra.

* fix(bookkeeping): verifikat views show company account names for off-catalog accounts Verifikat views (entry detail, JournalEntryList, StrikeLinesDialog, CorrectionPreview) rendered AccountNumber without a name source, so accounts outside the BAS 2026 catalog (typically SIE-imported, e.g. a legacy 1580) showed a blank Benamning even though the company's kontoplan has the name. AccountNumber now falls back to a session-cached map of the company's own chart-of-accounts names (one fetch per page load, inactive accounts included for historical verifikat). Precedence: explicit name prop, then the company map, then the BAS reference name, keeping the PR #1968 rule that user-editable chart rows win over hardcoded copy. * fix(transactions): keep the assistant usable through the whole booking flow Three gaps around the agent sheet during booking on Transaktioner: - The AgentTrigger bubble lived inside #dash-shell, so the inert that non-modal dialogs set on the shell made the assistant impossible to OPEN once a booking dialog was up. Moved outside the shell (it is position: fixed) and raised to z-[45]: above the DialogVeil (z-40) so it stays clickable, below dialog content (z-50). Under true modal dialogs Radix's body pointer-events lock keeps it dead as before. - Wide dialogs centered on the full viewport while the docked sheet (z-60) covered their right edge, hiding e.g. the Granska button. DialogContent now centers in the space left of --agent-dock-w, and the wide booking/review variants cap their width against it. - Step 1 of the flow (template picker, QuickReviewDialog) was still fully modal, so the assistant was dead there. Both are now non-modal with DialogVeil + a shared ref-counted useDashShellInert hook (also replacing the duplicated inert effects in TransactionBookingDialog and NewInvoiceDialog). Their Esc/veil-click dismissal is kept: they hold no half-filled form. Clicks in the agent sheet or its trigger never dismiss any dialog: data-agent-ui counts as inside, same mechanism as data-dialog-companion. fix(bookkeeping): remove false 1580 tax-receivable label, let company account names win (#1968)
The hardcoded ACCOUNT_DESCRIPTIONS entry labeled 1580 'Fordran for skatt' with a Skatteverket explanation. That is wrong on both counts: tax receivables are 1640 (skattefordringar) / 1650 (momsfordran), and 1580 was traditionally 'Fordringar for kontokort och kuponger', which BAS has since moved to 1686 (why 1580 is excluded from our BAS 2026 catalog). Reported by a user who books card/Swish settlements there. Also flip AccountNumber display precedence to the company's own account_name over the hardcoded reference name: chart rows are user-editable data and must not be visually overridden by our copy. fix(ui): cap DialogContent grid track so nowrap children cannot widen modals (#1962)
DialogContent is display:grid with an implicit auto column, and the auto track sizes to the widest child's min-content. Chrome counts nowrap text (truncate, whitespace-nowrap) at its full width in that calculation even though it truncates at layout time, so one long description (e.g. a candidate row in MatchVerifikationPicker) widened the track past the dialog, stretched every sibling, and clipped the right edge behind a horizontal scrollbar. grid-cols-[minmax(0,1fr)] caps the track at the content box, hardening every modal at once; callers can still override via className (tailwind-merge resolves the conflict in their favor). * perf(bundle): drop the BAS chart and the Node crypto polyfill from the shared client baseline
Two chunks rode along in the first-load JS of almost every dashboard route:
the full BAS 2026 chart (315 KB uncompressed, in 81 route manifests) and
the browser polyfill for Node's crypto/vm/Buffer (327 KB, in 26 routes
incl. login and register). Neither was needed on first paint; both got
there through static imports of helpers that happen to live next to code
that needs the data or the builtin.
Node polyfill (4 pure splits, behaviour unchanged, re-exported from the
original modules for server callers):
- lib/auth/bankid-flags.ts: isBankIdEnabled (login, register, security
settings imported it from bankid.ts, which imports crypto).
- lib/import/bank-file/formats.ts: the format registry + detection (the
import history imported getFormat from parser.ts, which hashes).
- lib/salary/personnummer-format.ts: parsing/validation/formatting (the
employee forms reached the encrypting personnummer.ts via tax-column).
- lib/auth/api-key-scopes.ts: scope catalogue, groups, tool map, helpers
(the API key panel imported STAGING_SCOPES from the key generator).
BAS chart:
- lib/bookkeeping/bas-lazy.ts + use-bas-reference.ts: the chart becomes a
dynamic import, fetched once per session after first paint; components
that show BAS names/descriptions call useBasReference() and re-render
when it lands. Until then (and on the server) only the hardcoded
account-descriptions answer, so SSR and hydration agree.
- lib/bookkeeping/bas-labels.ts: class/group labels out of bas-reference.ts
(account-descriptions needed a label and paid for the whole chart).
- lib/bookkeeping/bas-account-numbers.ts (generated, ~11 KB) +
scripts/generate-bas-account-numbers.ts (--check) + parity test:
isStandardBASAccountNumber for AddAccountDialog/ChartOfAccountsManager.
- lib/bookkeeping/account-classifier-{heuristic,client}.ts: the BAS-aligned
heuristic shared by the server classifier and a client variant that uses
the lazy chart.
- lib/bookkeeping/invoice-accounts.ts: INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING,
InvoiceFxRateMissingError, getRevenueAccount, getOutputVatAccount out of
invoice-entries.ts, whose engine import pulled account-backfill and the
chart into SendInvoiceDialog/PaymentBookingDialog.
- CorrectOpeningBalanceDialog re-seeds names when the chart lands;
OpeningBalanceRowEditor builds its Fuse indexes lazily; the
ChartOfAccountsManager BAS-katalog tab awaits the chunk.
Tooling:
- scripts/perf/client-import-closure.mjs: static import closure of every
'use client' module with the shortest chain to a target (file or bare
specifier); found every path above without a build.
- scripts/checks/client-node-builtin.mjs wired into check:guards: a client
module reaching a Node builtin is a hard failure (0 today).
Left as is: invoices/[id], its credit page and SendInvoiceDialog still
reach the chart through lib/invoices/issue-credit-note -> invoice-entries
-> engine -> account-backfill; splitting the engine is out of scope here.

One quantifier per span: a greedy [^'"]* up to the specifier quote, which it
cannot cross, so a run of whitespace has a single parse. Same edges as
before (multi-line named imports, re-exports, side-effect imports; type-only
imports still skipped).

feat(notices): one aggregated notice line instead of stacked degraded-state banners (#1733)
* feat(notices): lib/notices aggregator + single notice line on Hem
Degraded-state surfaces (broken/expiring bank connections, Skatteverket
reconnect, failing cloud backups, wrong-account hint) each hand-rolled
their own detection and stacked independently on the dashboard. This adds
lib/notices, mirroring lib/worklist, as the single owner of every health
predicate, and de-clutters the surfaces:
- lib/notices/{types,predicates,categories,aggregate}: five documented
categories with a fixed priority order; every predicate soft-fails to
null; pure decision helpers live in predicates.ts so 'use client' pages
can import them without pulling server-only modules. Broken supersedes
expiring for the same bank connection by construction (status filter).
- GET /api/notices + POST /api/notices/dismiss (withRouteContext), and a
notice_dismissals table (per company+user+notice_id, RLS user-scoped).
Notice ids embed a state discriminator, so a dismissal hides exactly
the state the user saw and a NEW failure surfaces again.
- Hem renders only the highest-priority notice as ONE AttnLine where the
boxed BackupHealthBanner card sat (banner deleted; its multi-provider
sentence logic moved into the backup_failing predicate), with a quiet
"+N till" inline expander. otherAccountHint joins the same list as the
lowest-priority category instead of an unconditional extra line.
- transactions and skattekonto keep their own AttnLine copy/CTA but source
the reconnect decision from the shared skvStatusNeedsReconnect /
skvAuthErrorNeedsReconnect predicates; Hem's Bevaka row imports the
expiring-consent day-math instead of duplicating it.
- design.md convention 6 addendum: max one global notice line + max one
page-domain attn line (locked convention: needs founder sign-off).
- i18n: new notices namespace in sv+en; moved banner/hint keys deleted.
- notice_dismissals classified as archive-excluded (UI state, not
räkenskapsinformation) to satisfy the full-archive contract.
SkatteverketPromoCard keeps its localStorage dismiss for now; migrating it
to notice_dismissals is a follow-up.

Review fixes on the notice aggregator:
- Migration renamed 20260819080000 -> 20260819190000_notice_dismissals.sql
(version collision with another in-flight PR; content unchanged).
- backup_failing dismissal stability: the id no longer embeds
last_auto_sync_at / needs_reauth_at, which the cron re-stamps while the
SAME incident persists and so resurrected a dismissed notice daily. The
id is now stable per (provider, reason), and the opposite direction is
kept correct by stale-dismissal reaping in getCompanyNotices: when a
category is currently healthy, the caller's stored dismissals for that
category (matched on the 'category:' id prefix) are best-effort deleted,
so error -> dismiss -> healthy (reaped) -> new error resurfaces. Audit of
the other ids: bank ids embed connection id + status/expiry and skv
embeds the incident's first-error/expiry timestamp (markNeedsReconsent
only fires post-connect), all stable per incident; they get the same
reaping as hygiene. Contract documented on Notice.id in types.ts.
- NULL bank_name no longer interpolates the Swedish fallback 'banken' into
the English message: a bank_broken_one_unnamed message variant (sv + en)
is selected instead of a name param.
- Bounded notice ids: folding several connections into one discriminator
now collapses to count + first 8 hex of a sha256 over the sorted parts
(node:crypto, server-only) instead of concatenating uuids; single
connection ids stay human-readable. Dismiss schema cap tightened to 200
with an updated rationale.
- Tests: persisting failure stays dismissed across two aggregations,
healthy state reaps, new failure after reap resurfaces, hint never
reaped, failed reap swallowed, 30-connection id under 200 chars and
stable across orderings, unnamed-bank variant, sorted backup id stable
across cron re-stamps.

* test(notices): pg-real coverage for the notice_dismissals policies
The coverage gate is right to flag the migration: every policy on this table
binds company membership AND auth.uid(), and nothing exercised it. The suite
pins the property that makes the table different from the rest of the schema:
a dismissal is personal, so a colleague in the same company keeps seeing a
notice the other member hid. It also covers the upsert re-stamp (which needs
the UPDATE policy), cross-tenant refusal, dismissing on behalf of another
user, the caller-scoped DELETE that reaping relies on, and the composite key.
Falsification-verified against a real Postgres: weakening the SELECT policy
to company-only scoping fails the colleague-isolation test.

* fix(dialogs): kill horizontal overflow in dialogs and cut the worst modal copy Overflow hardening: - DialogTitle/DialogDescription and SheetTitle/SheetDescription get break-words at the primitive, so long unbroken interpolated strings (emails, product names, org numbers) can no longer widen any dialog. - AccountCombobox's non-flat dropdown is portaled to document.body with viewport-clamped geometry (new pure helper account-combobox-position.ts, unit-tested), the same fix info-tooltip.tsx applies to TooltipContent: the 34rem panel inside a scrollable DialogContent was the root cause of sideways-scrolling dialogs. Outside-click checks the portaled node, position tracks scroll/resize (capture phase), wheel/touchmove stop at the panel so react-remove-scroll's modal lock cannot block its scrolling, and DialogContent/SheetContent treat data-dialog-companion nodes as inside interactions so clicking the panel never dismisses the dialog. They now read as one flowing document: serif entity name over a quiet type/status kicker, quiet ghost actions top right (delete turns terracotta only on hover), and hairline-kickered definition sections (KONTAKT, KUNDUPPGIFTER, PRIS, BOKFORING, BETALNINGSUPPGIFTER, FAKTUROR) with aligned label/value rows in a constrained column (max-w-2xl, supplier max-w-3xl for its invoice table). Sections land with the standard stagger-enter. New shared primitive components/ui/detail-section.tsx (DetailSection, DefRow, DefEmpty) carries the grammar. Empty values render a muted en dash for facts that matter (email, phone, expense account) and are omitted row-wise otherwise; a section with nothing to say is omitted. Behavior preserved: edit/deactivate/delete flows, confirm dialogs, personal-number reveal + AttnLine, account-activation retry, viewer lock states, routing and all existing i18n keys. The design system already agreed: status colors are data, not chrome (convention 12) and attention is a single ochre sentence, never a banner (convention 6). This enforces it: - ConfirmationDialog: the amber warning panel is now an AttnLine, and the hardcoded Swedish default warningText is gone: it injected an immutability warning into dialogs whose authors never asked for one (every current caller passes the prop explicitly, so no behavior change at any call site). - Badge warning variant: amber fill replaced with a hairline chip and ochre text. - DestructiveConfirmDialog warning variant: neutral icon disc, default primary confirm button (only --destructive survives as chrome). - BankSyncStatusChip stale state: same neutral shape as the healthy chip, ochre text carries the signal. - SandboxBanner: solid amber bar becomes secondary-on-border chrome. - BankIdAuth, BankIdCompanyPicker, SessionTimeoutModal: the last three raw-amber (bg-amber-*) holdouts moved onto tokens, the company-picker banner becoming a plain AttnLine. - Mechanical sweep of the ~58 hand-rolled bg-warning/border-warning boxes across 45 files: fills to bg-muted/30 (icon discs bg-muted), borders to border-border, text-warning-foreground to text-attn. * feat(receipt-hunt): nightly matcher pairing unbooked purchases with held receipts Stages an attach_document_to_transaction proposal for every unbooked card purchase whose receipt the company already holds, so the underlag is attached before the transaction is booked and the gap never forms. When the user later books it, categorize-core.ts propagates the document onto the new verifikat through the matched_transaction_id link the executor writes. Deliberately scoped to UNBOOKED transactions. The posted-verifikat backlog is 96% imported history whose originals live in the previous system, so it stays a pull (the verifikat_missing_document worklist) rather than a nightly push. Ranking reuses scoreUnderlagCandidates; the pool is loaded once per company instead of per transaction, which removes both the N+1 and the newest-50 truncation a per-transaction lookup imposes on a deep backlog. Five guards, each mutation-tested: a confidence floor above the shared candidate floor, an ambiguity margin so two equally-good receipts are left to the picker rather than coin-flipped, one-receipt-one-purchase, one live proposal per purchase, and permanent suppression of pairs a human rejected. Suppression is derived from pending_operations history rather than a new table: terminal rows are immutable and a rejection is already the durable "no". Runs 05:30 UTC, after the 05:00 bank sync. Mail is searched only for purchases Underlag could not already explain, so a receipt we already hold never costs a mailbox read. The query ORs merchant against amount rather than requiring both: demanding both misses every rebrand and reseller (Anthropic bills as Claude), while the amount alone is a strong filter inside two weeks. mail_connections is service-role only with RLS enabled and zero policies, because the row holds a live refresh token and RLS cannot hide a column. Uniqueness is (company, provider, address) so a second mailbox is additive and a reconnect updates in place. Tokens are AES-256-GCM under their own key by preference, since a mail grant reads correspondence rather than backups. Six Anthropic subscriptions become one search and one decision instead of six of each. 2. `assignReceipts` decides which mail, and which attachment on it, is the receipt for which charge, and says why in a sentence the reviewer reads. The attachment, not the message, is the unit of an underlag: a single forward routinely carries receipts for several purchases ("Fwd: Kvitton februari" has five). Migration 20260807103000 moves the dedupe key from message to message+attachment, with a backfill, because the old index would have silently blocked every receipt after the first in a forward. Its answer is validated, not trusted: an unknown message id, an invented filename or a low confidence drops the pairing, and any failed call proposes nothing at all. Reconciliation engines weight amount far above date (Midday: 35% vs 5%) because banks post late while amounts do not drift. The Gmail query now leads with the amount and ORs the merchant, rather than dropping the amount whenever a merchant alias exists. Still an OR: a receipt billed in USD never contains the SEK figure the bank charged. The confidence score is gone entirely. Research on verbalised confidence finds it badly calibrated, clustered on round-number anchors and barely better than chance at separating a model's own right answers from its wrong ones. That matched what this ran into: the model anchored on 0.6 / 0.7 / 0.75 / 0.9, and the 0.7 threshold discarded two correct pairings. It is replaced by an observation rather than a self-assessment, whether the charged amount is actually visible in the mail, which is what a reviewer checks first and what sorts the queue. Also fixes a real defect the run exposed: the one-file-one-purchase guard only held within a merchant group, so when the planner split one landlord into "Sting" and "Kontorsplatser" both 15 000 kr charges were assigned the same invoice. Then the receipt is fetched, the extraction that already runs on document.uploaded reads its amount, date and vendor, and the pairing is the same deterministic amount-and-merchant match every other underlag goes through. Amount becomes decisive for real rather than as an instruction the model could not act on. The load-bearing fix is small: ingest now copies the extraction result onto the inbox item. The pool is read from invoice_inbox_items, so a hunted receipt with no extracted_data could never have matched anything, and the whole mail leg was quietly incapable of producing a pairing on amount. Consequences, all deliberate: - Harvesting runs BEFORE the pool is read, so a receipt found tonight is paired tonight rather than a night later. - One staging path instead of two. Mail-sourced proposals carry the same preview and confidence as every other, plus where they came from. - Deduped on the attachment filename, not on the message: the same invoice arrives as an original, a reminder and two forwards, and the old key filed "Invoice_13041840.pdf" four times over. - Capped at 8 receipts per merchant per run. Measured on the same ledger: 5 pairings attempted from thin evidence -> 16 real documents identified, each waiting on an amount it can be checked against. The body was being downloaded and thrown away in favour of a 200-character snippet, and the body is where a forwarded receipt quotes its original sender and its original date. That is the purchase date, the thing whose absence forced the date window off entirely and made the old design miss five of six repeat subscriptions. It was there all along. So the model now answers only what text can support: is this an underlag, from whom, when, and for how much if the mail says so. Fields, not judgements. Everything after is arithmetic: - Retrieval is deterministic. No model decides what to search for. - Fetching is gated by worthFetching(): a stated amount is enough on its own, a vendor needs a plausible date, and a mail found by a purchase's own search is evidence in itself. That last rule is what handles a supplier the bank and the invoice name differently ("Kontorsplatser j BG" against "Stockholm Innovation & Growth AB"), which is what the deleted merchant-resolution call used to buy. - The pairing is the existing scorer, reached the same way as every other underlag: fetch, let the extraction that already runs on upload read the PDF, match on the amount. Amount is decisive in fact rather than as an instruction the model could not act on. Also adds the Swedish thousands-space amount formats to the query. Measured: the Sting invoice is findable as "15 000,00" and "15 000" and by no ungrouped form at all, so every amount search was missing them. Measured on the same ledger: 5 thin pairings -> 8 real documents, each with a vendor and a true purchase date, waiting on the amount in its own PDF. The type is now sniffed from the magic bytes, then the filename, and only then from what the mail claimed. 2. The filename was re-derived by a second full message fetch inside fetchAttachment, which came back empty and fell back to a generic "underlag.pdf", discarding the real "2332687551.pdf" the search had already reported. The known name now wins. 3. The provkörning script imported lib/init instead of calling ensureInitialized(), so document.uploaded reached no handler and nothing was ever extracted. It also used static imports, which are hoisted and ran before .env.local was read, leaving the extraction extension unable to build a Supabase client. Both are script defects, not product defects: the cron route calls ensureInitialized() at module level as the architecture requires. The script now loads the environment first and imports dynamically. Also makes the per-run fetch cap tunable (RECEIPT_HUNT_MAX_RECEIPTS) so a pilot can be held to a couple of documents, and adds --live to the script, which is the only way it writes anything. Verified end to end against a real ledger, every link exercised for the first time: two attachments fetched from Gmail, stored with their real names and types, extraction run on both, the amount copied onto the inbox item, and the deterministic matcher pairing Elgiganten 21 639,00 kr from the PDF against the -21 639 kr card purchase at 0.85, staged into Granskning as attach_document_to_transaction. A live proposal now claims its document across runs, the same way it already claimed its transaction. A document reported with no filename, on a message carrying five attachments, was not an answer but a shrug: the caller fetched attachment number one and hoped. Those are dropped now. A body-only receipt, where there is nothing to choose between, still passes. Measured after the sweep: 21 of 22 documents read correctly, and the binding constraint on this ledger is no longer retrieval but currency. Ten receipts are in SEK and five of those pair on the amount; twelve are in USD or EUR, where the bank charged a converted figure that appears nowhere in the receipt, so no comparison is possible and none is attempted. Both now carry a 15s AbortSignal, which turns a stall into one mailbox missing from tonight's sweep. `include_granted_scopes: 'true'` let Google fold scopes this app was granted elsewhere into the token issued for a mailbox, so a grant could carry more authority than the consent screen showed. Removed, and pinned by a test asserting the parameter is absent. disconnect() ignored both statement results: a failed delete still wrote an audit entry claiming the mailbox was disconnected while the credential was live, and a failed audit insert passed silently. The delete now throws, so the entry is never written for a delete that did not happen. The audit failure is logged rather than rolled back: the two can now only diverge one way, credential gone and note missing, and recreating a credential to keep them in step would be worse than a missing note. The fifth finding is real and stays open by choice, recorded in DECISIONS.md: the cron still passes searchMail=false. A sweep of one 172-message mailbox took over 600s against a maxDuration of 300, so enabling the mailbox leg nightly would time out mid-run. That flag and RECEIPT_HUNT_COMPANY_IDS get flipped together once the per-company budget is measured. Storing the second attachment therefore recorded the first one's key and name, which mislabels the row and, because the key is unique, permanently blocks the first attachment from ever landing. Masked today only because the hunt narrows to a single attachment before calling in, so nothing in the current path exercises it. All three now come from the attachment actually being stored, and the duplicate pre-check moved inside the loop so trying a second attachment is not suppressed by the first already being filed. Mutation-tested. The per-run fetch key was the bare filename, which is not an identity: "invoice.pdf" is what half the world's billing systems attach, so a second supplier's invoice would be dropped as a duplicate of the first. Scoped by vendor as well, keeping the behaviour it was written for, one fetch for an invoice that arrives as an original, a reminder and two forwards. Adds tests/pg/mail-hunt-file-dedupe.pg.test.ts for the new unique index: five attachments from one forward all land, the same attachment is refused twice, two companies hold the same file independently, other inbox sources are untouched by the partial predicate, and the message-scoped predecessor is gone. Written against CI's Postgres; there is no local DATABASE_URL here, so CI is what exercises it. --live now refuses unless RECEIPT_HUNT_CONFIRM names the same company. The script writes to whatever .env.local points at, which for this repo is production, and a recalled command should not be able to fire it. fix(skattekonto): look-alike beslut rows, the list-to-voucher round trip, makulerad rendering, huvudbok discoverability (#1297)
Four fixes from the exit mail Anders Orback (Center Node AB) sent hours after churning. His five points were mostly one job: reconciling skattekontot against banken before årsredovisningen. Skattekonto look-alike rows. Skatteverket splits a retroactive omprövningsbeslut across every month it re-charges and sends one transaction per month, sharing date, text and amount; only ranteberakningsdatum separates them, and we stored it but rendered it nowhere. A real company posted 15 such vouchers (67 785 kr across Feb 2025-Apr 2026) unable to tell them from duplicates of the automatic hämtning. Surface the field when it carries information: its month differs from the Datum column, or another row in the same band is otherwise indistinguishable. The list-to-voucher round trip. The verifikat list collapsed to a skeleton on every refetch and sprang back, moving rows under the pointer; only the first load shows a skeleton now. Filter state is React-only, so leaving the list loses it: add a hover-revealed open-in-new-tab affordance on the voucher list and the skattekonto page, where the link had been behind a hand-rolled opacity-0 that coarse pointers never trigger. Makulerad rendering. A stornoed verifikat now reads as struck out, per data cell rather than on the row, because text-decoration propagates and a child cannot opt out. Vouchers-per-account discoverability. /reports/huvudbok?account=1930 already existed; the palette matcher requires every token and the entry never contained the word "verifikat". Add ReportDescriptor.searchTerms plus a report-library search box. Also fixes a false "Saknar underlag" compliance chip that flashed before attachment counts resolved, and a keyboard-access regression where HOVER_REVEAL_CLASS carried focus-visible only, hiding controls inside a non-focusable wrapper from keyboard users. fix: counterparty template pick crashes the page (#1291)
Picking a suggestion under "Tidigare motparter" in Bokför transaktion replaced
the page with "Något gick fel". handleOpenTemplateReview built the review state
from `{ id, name_sv } as BookingTemplate`, so `template.debit_account` was
undefined, reached QuickReviewDialog's required `defaultAccount: string`, and
threw on `accountOverride.startsWith('2')` during the first render.
Typed the dialog's template prop as a narrow ReviewTemplate whose optional
fields are actually optional, so the cast disappears and the compiler owns this
class of bug. Also carries the counterparty's learned accounts and VAT (the
preview showed the category fallback, not what the server books) and decides
"is this a counterparty booking" from the template id rather than the presence
of a line_pattern (single-line templates got an account/VAT editor the
categorize route discards).
Five more page-crashes of the same shape, adversarially verified:
- suppliers/[id] and supplier-invoices/[id] passed the error envelope OBJECT as
a toast description. The Toaster is a sibling of {children} in the ROOT
layout, so that throw escapes both segment error boundaries onto global-error.
- components/reports/views wrote the same object into a useState<string | null>
at 13 sites and rendered it bare.
- components/ui/toaster.tsx now coerces non-renderable values as a choke point.
- skattekonto read data.informationstext.length off Skatteverket's raw JSON,
where the field is not required.
- TicWorkspace read profile.statuses.length off a persisted jsonb blob. 17 of 17
prod rows predate the TIC v2 upgrade (#584) and lack the key, so that
workspace was in the error boundary for every company that had opened it.
Plus hardening: formatCurrency coerces a null currency to SEK (prod has 0 NULL
across 28 416 transactions, so defense not a live bug) and cleanSignatory
returns [] for a missing description.
Verified by rendering the real dialog against a throwaway /sandbox route: the
pre-fix prop shape reproduces the exact error boundary, the fixed one renders
D: 6570 Bankavgifter / K: 1930 Företagskonto and the matching verifikat.
No migrations.

refactor(ui): system hygiene sweep from the UI craft audit (#1281)
Raw palette: SalaryCalendar was the only file in the salary cluster still on bg-red-100 / text-amber-800 style classes, with zero dark: variants, so every absence pill rendered paper-white on a near-black page. All 30 are now alpha-over-token on the semantic scale, which needs no dark: variant (the approach badge.tsx already takes). Eight absence types share four tones, so fill carries a second axis: filled vs outlined separates the types whose Lucide icon is identical (Heart is parental, pregnancy and care_relative; Activity is study and other_leave). Primitives: - select and dropdown-menu now scale from their trigger via the Radix transform-origin variables instead of from their own middle. Dialog stays centred: modals are not anchored to a trigger. - toast used fade-out-80, the one animate-* class with no @utility in globals.css, so --tw-exit-opacity fell back to 1 and the toast slid away at full opacity. Enter and exit now also share one path per breakpoint (top on mobile where the viewport is a full-width bar, right on desktop where it is a corner card) using max-sm:/sm: rather than stacking both, which would have produced a diagonal. - slide-over exited on ease-in, which delays the moment the user has already decided to leave; it enters on the drawer curve and now leaves on it too. - progress animated transition-all where only transform changes. - One app-wide TooltipProvider in the root layout. skipDelayDuration is provider-scoped, so a provider per instance meant the grace window could never fire and every account number in a huvudbok re-paid the full 200ms. Also: nine hand-rolled animate-pulse placeholders in three different greys to the Skeleton primitive, 25 CardTitle text-lg to the locked text-base, two always-on chips to muted text (a chip on every row is not an exception), the three extensions titles onto the display face, the help filter chips onto pill geometry, and the dead border-border/60 on the /import row. Unreachable on touch: 'Markera klar' on deadlines and the bulk-select checkbox on /pending were 'opacity-0 group-hover:opacity-100'. Coarse pointers never fire hover and DeadlineForm has no completion control, so on a phone there was no way to mark a deadline done at all. Factored the reveal into HOVER_REVEAL_CLASS, which adds pointer-coarse:opacity-100. Unguarded ledger writes: 'Bokför' on the journal-entry detail page and on the invoice detail page posted an immutable verifikat on one click, one screen after the list confirmed the identical action. Both now open a ConfirmDialog describing the outcome up front (convention 10), reusing the list's indicative voucher-number prefetch. Dead ring: SummaryCard emitted ring-1 ring-primary/40 and ring-1 ring-warning/40 on the same element, so the two set the same custom property and one silently lost. The override is an exception, so it is a Badge now (conventions 5 and 12). Also corrects the design.md primitives table, which named ui/table.tsx as the data-table primitive while 17 files use ui/dry-table.tsx; building a list page from the documented row produced ~15% taller rows and a different hover tint, which had already happened twice. * fix(invoices): anchor the PDF logo to the top-left of its header cell The logo box is always the full 240x80pt reserved area (any larger logo is clamped to exactly that), so objectFit: 'contain' placed the image inside it with the default 50% 50% centering. A wide banner logo fills the width and lands on the left margin, but a near-square logo scaled down to the 80pt height cap is only ~117pt wide and got pushed ~60pt in from the margin, which reads as a misaligned logo and forced companies to reshape their artwork. Anchor the image top-left so every aspect ratio starts at the margin. Covered by a test that renders the real PDF and reads the image placement matrix out of the content stream, for both a wide and a near-square logo. Also adds a togglingId in-flight guard to togglePause, mirroring the deletingId/runningId guards from PR #1036, so the pause/resume button cannot fire a duplicate PATCH while one is pending. style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Invoice and supplier-invoice creation now open as pop-up dialogs on their list pages instead of navigating to standalone form pages — the same UX as NewJournalEntryDialog (capped-height scroll, explicit-close-only so a half-typed invoice survives stray Escape/backdrop clicks). - InvoiceEditor gains a `bare` variant (page chrome stripped, inline actions replacing the fixed mobile bar, live document-type title kept) hosted by the new NewInvoiceDialog (sm:max-w-5xl). Draft editing pages unchanged. - The 2,057-line supplier form moves out of the route page into components/supplier-invoices/NewSupplierInvoiceForm.tsx with bare/inboxItemId/onCreated/onCancel props, hosted by NewSupplierInvoiceDialog (sm:max-w-4xl). - Modals are URL-driven (?new=1): header buttons, empty states, command palette, and the reports CTA all open the same dialog; browser back closes it. /invoices/new and /supplier-invoices/new survive as redirects (bookmarks, agent intents, /expenses/new alias, inbox deep links). - The invoice-inbox "Skapa leverantörsfaktura" action opens the modal in place and refreshes the inbox on success instead of navigating away. Accounted rebrand + swarm-skill cleanup + bank-reconciliation fixes (#643)
* feat(reconciliation): close the bank-feed loop on voucher links and re-tag mis-typed opening balances
Two related fixes to bank reconciliation correctness:
1. Auto-reconcile on voucher link. Linking an invoice or supplier invoice to
an existing voucher previously advanced only the invoice — the bank
transaction that paid it kept sitting in the Transactions inbox with a null
journal_entry_id. linkInvoiceToVoucher / linkSupplierInvoiceToVoucher now
call autoReconcileTransactionForLinkedVoucher (lib/reconciliation), which
links the bank transaction to the same verifikat when exactly one unbooked
line matches it. Best-effort and post-commit: a failure here never fails the
link. The result surfaces reconciledTransactionId; the inbox row leaves the
list and the UI shows link_success_tx_reconciled.
2. Re-tag mis-typed opening balances. getReconciliationStatus and the GL-line
matching RPCs identify a cash account's ingående balans solely by
journal_entries.source_type='opening_balance'. Companies migrated from other
systems often booked the bank IB as an ordinary voucher (source_type
'import' or 'manual'), so it was never excluded and surfaced as a phantom
reconciliation difference equal to the opening balance. Adds:
- migration mark_entry_as_opening_balance: a GUC-gated carve-out in the
immutability trigger plus a SECURITY DEFINER RPC that validates the entry
(balance-sheet lines only, dated on a fiscal-period boundary), flips the
source_type, and writes an audit row — no blanket data sweep.
- POST /api/reconciliation/bank/mark-opening-balance + MarkOpeningBalanceSchema.
- BankReconciliationView action to trigger it from the IB diff.
The gnubok_create_voucher executor now accepts a typed is_opening_balance flag
and derives source_type='opening_balance' only after validating class 1/2 lines
on the period start, so new IBs land correctly typed.
Covered by lib/reconciliation auto-reconcile tests, voucher-executors tests,
and a mark-entry-as-opening-balance pg-real test.

Rebrand: replace user-visible "gnubok" with "Accounted" across docs, READMEs,

gnubok-mcp package description. The MCP resource URI scheme is moved gnubok://
→ Accounted:// consistently across resource registrations, the event-type
comment, and the resource/skill tests. Deliberately preserved as stable
identifiers (NOT rebranded): the gnubok-company-id cookie, gnubok_sk_ / gnubok_inv_
token prefixes, the gnubok-mcp npm bridge name, and the AGI <gem:Programnamn>
value (kept 'gnubok' per its source comment — it is the software identifier sent
to Skatteverket and must not churn across visual rebrands).
Skills: remove the 27 swarm-* agent SKILL.md atoms (no longer used; already
absent from the agent_atom_registry in prod), refresh the remaining skill docs,
add the .claude/rules/ path-scoped rule set, and regenerate the
seed_agent_atom_bodies migration + .skill-body-manifest.json via
`npm run skills:generate` so the DB-backed skill bodies match the trimmed set.
