Add/stripe skv (#1004)
* fix(salary): align pain.001 salary file with the Swedish domestic bank dialect Verified against the Swedish Common Interpretation of ISO 20022 (Bankforeningen, Common Payment Types in Sweden, Appendix 1 Example 4: Salaries) and Nordea Corporate Access pain.001 examples v2.6 (2026-06-22), and XSD-validated against the official pain.001.001.03 schema: - drop SvcLvl SEPA (SEPA credit transfers are EUR-only; omitting SvcLvl gets the domestic NURG default) - drop RmtInf (not allowed for SALA salary payments; the beneficiary statement text comes from the Dataclearing LON code) - address employees domestically: clearing as CdtrAgt ClrSysMmbId SESBA, account WITHOUT clearing as CdtrAcct Othr with SchmeNm BBAN - share the clearing/account split (Swedbank 5-digit shift, Nordea personkonto prefix dedup) between the LB and pain.001 generators via splitDomesticBankAccount, fixing pain.001 duplicating the personkonto clearing - clamp MsgId/PmtInfId/InstrId/EndToEndId to Max35Text with the per-tx counter surviving truncation; carry the org number on Dbtr - return 400 from the pain001 route on an invalid clearing instead of emitting a broken file Also includes two unrelated decision-log lines from the parallel revisor-review session (DECISIONS.md is a shared append-only log). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav): surface the year-end chain in the sidebar Add Periodiseringar, Arsredovisning (aktiebolag only) and Inkomstdeklaration (INK2 for AB, NE-bilaga for EF) to the Skatt & bokslut group, in workflow order. Entity gating via a new entityOnly flag on NavItem; isActive carve-outs extended so exactly one row lights up for the new routes. Driven by an external revisor review that concluded these features did not exist because none of them were reachable from the nav. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): Stripe Connect integration behind config gate Connect OAuth per company (only the acct_ id is stored), automatic single-use Payment Links on invoice send, deterministic payment settlement against 1686 (BAS moved acquirer receivables 1580 -> 1686), payout booking with reverse-charge fees (6570 + 4535/4598 + 2645/2614), and a 15-minute sync cron. Non-deterministic events land as needs_review, never guessed at. Fully dark without STRIPE_CONNECT_CLIENT_ID: connect returns 503, the send hook and cron no-op, and the settings page shows 'Kommer snart' (hosted) until the Connect platform is verified. Self-hosted keeps the honest not-configured message. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): add shared completeTaxDeadline and fix dead AGI deadline auto-complete generate-declaration.ts has updated non-existent columns (type/period/ status) since inception, so the arbetsgivardeklaration deadline was never auto-completed. Replace with a shared helper targeting the real schema (tax_deadline_type/tax_period/is_completed), also used by the kvittens crons and moms handlers in the follow-up commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(rot-rut): import Skatteverket beslutsfil and record decisions on payout requests Parse the beslutsfil JSON from Skatteverkets rot/rut e-tjanst and record godkant belopp on the matching begaran: matched by stored skv_referensnummer first, then exact name among active undecided requests; arenden by fakturanummer then personnummer, exactly-one or the beslut errors (all-or-nothing). Never auto-settles: recording the beslut and booking the payout are separate acts. Exposed as an API route and the gnubok_import_rot_rut_beslut MCP tool. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): system auth for background reads, one-click VAT submit, kvittens notifications Hybrid auth program: system CCG (org certificate) for background reads while personal BankID stays for interactive submissions, since SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 min and crons structurally cannot run on them. All system-auth code sits behind SKATTEVERKET_SYSTEM_AUTH_MODE (default off) with a stub transport until the Expisoft cert and CCG avtal land; auth resolution is centralized in resolve-auth.ts. Also in this change: - One-click VAT submit chaining kontrollera -> utkast -> las server-side with a stage discriminator; step-by-step buttons demoted to the overflow menu. - Kvittens crons (AGI + new VAT schedule) with email-only notifications, deduped in notification_log under the new skv_kvittens type. - Ombud grant probe + verification UI in the connect panel, and a dashboard promo card for unconnected companies. - skatteverket_company_connections table with pg-real coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): auto-settle AGI tax payment from skattekonto and surface SKV reconnect on the tax card The "Skatt att betala" card only cleared via the manual mark-paid button on the run detail page; the promised automatic flip from the Skattekonto sync was never implemented, so paid periods stayed red. - settleAgiTaxPayments: during every skattekonto sync, a booked "Arbetsgivardeklaration YYYYMM" debit row settles the matching agi_declarations.tax_paid_at, but only when the amount equals the declared total to the ore and the account is not in deficit (deterministic; drift or deficit falls back to manual). - Salary overview card: reconnect hint when the SKV token needs re-consent (link to /settings/tax, silent when the extension is off), plus an inline "Markera som betald" button reusing the existing endpoint and salary_payments strings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add cloud backup scheduling and alerting features - Implement unit tests for scheduling logic in `schedule.test.ts`, covering various scenarios for determining if a backup schedule is due. - Create a new module `backup-alert.ts` to handle failure alerts for cloud backup auto-sync, including email notifications for reauthentication and repeated failures. - Introduce `schedule.ts` to manage scheduling logic, including handling local time zones and converting between local and UTC hours. - Add CSV report generation functions in `archive-csv.ts` for trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and general ledger, ensuring compatibility with Swedish Excel formats. - Create a README generator for the archive structure in `archive-readme.ts`, providing clear documentation for users accessing backup files. - Implement tests for CSV report generation in `archive-csv.test.ts`, ensuring correct formatting and content. - Establish a full-archive coverage contract test in `full-archive-coverage.pg.test.ts` to ensure all company-scoped tables are properly classified for backup. * fix(stripe): correct invoice clearing reference and improve type safety in sync logic * fix(invoices): narrow accountingMethod before resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType settleInvoicePayment takes accountingMethod as a raw settings string, but resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType requires the 'accrual' | 'cash' union. Normalize at the call site (anything but 'cash' books as accrual), matching the existing useCashEntry semantics. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address CodeRabbit review findings and nitpicks on PR #1004 Review findings: - backup settings redirect: always force view=export over incoming params - AGI/VAT kvittens crons: isolate best-effort post-submit calls, check the signed-state persist error, guard recovery calls in catch blocks so one company cannot abort the rest; surface grant_revoked in the run summary - kvittens notifications: atomic claim-first dedup with a partial unique index; map non-uuid reference keys to deterministic uuids - grant probe: record the actual 2xx status; mTLS transport: handle response-stream errors - stripe: amount-aware idempotency keys for payment links; emit stripe.disconnected on upstream revocations - ROT/RUT beslut import: mutate in-memory request state after apply, move item + header writes into an atomic apply_rot_rut_beslut RPC, add rot_rut_payout to JournalEntrySourceTypeSchema - migrations: use NOT VALID + VALIDATE CONSTRAINT for CHECK constraints on journal_entries, notification_log and rot_rut_payout_requests - cloud backup: hour_utc-only schedule updates clear stale hour_local Nitpicks: - stripe sync: enforce the cron time budget inside per-connection event processing with idempotent cursor progress; maybeSingle for settings; honest partial-customer DTO shared with the settlement boundary - shared applyPaymentLinkToInvoice helper for both invoice send routes, v1 docblock documents step 6b and PAYMENT_LINK_FAILED - settings panel: drop redundant decodeURIComponent - cloud backup: document worst-case archive memory headroom Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/stripe invoice link (#998)
* feat(supplier-invoices): show registered invoices under "Att betala" with inline approve Registered supplier invoices are already booked as debt (2440) but were hidden from the "Att betala" tab until approved, which confused users. The tab now shows registered invoices too, marked "Ej godkand" with a compact inline approve button. Approval remains the gate for payment, not visibility; status model and approve API untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): add date range filter to huvudbok (kontoanalys) Mounts the existing ReportDateRange control on /reports/huvudbok so the ledger can be narrowed to any date range within the fiscal year, matching Fortnox kontoanalys. Lines before the range roll into each account's opening balance so running balances stay correct at the range start; lines after the range are dropped. Applies to the XLSX export too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): add optional payment link on invoices (paste-link MVP) The user pastes a payment link created in their PSP dashboard (e.g. a Stripe Payment Link) onto an invoice. The recipient gets a "Betala online" button in the invoice email and a QR code + clickable link in the PDF payment box. No PSP integration server-side: this is the demand probe; a future Stripe Connect integration would auto-fill the same column. - invoices.payment_link_url (migration 20260709090000), https-only + 2048-char cap enforced in CreateInvoiceSchema; empty string normalises to undefined and build-invoice-write always writes a concrete value so clearing the field on a draft edit NULLs the column - editor field (real invoices only) with one-link-per-invoice hint; strings in sv+en (messages landed via e0e11066) - email button (customer.language, hidden for credit notes/proforma/ delivery notes, URL escaped for the href attribute) + URL in the plain-text part - PDF QR + link row following the Swish QR pattern; wired into send, download and preview routes - derived documents (credit note, proforma convert, recurring) do NOT copy the link: it encodes one amount for one specific invoice - MCP gnubok_create_invoice accepts payment_link_url (validated at staging and re-checked in the commit executor); v1 API exposes the column; tools/list token ceiling bumped 45K -> 45.5K (ledger entry in payload-size.bench.test.ts, headroom was <10 tokens) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): show oresavrundning on editor/form totals, supplier list and invoice email The rounding logic (getDisplayTotal) was correct but only applied on the PDF, invoice list/detail and review dialog. The invoice editor summary, the supplier invoice form totals and the supplier invoice list showed the raw ore total right next to the toggle, and the invoice email said "Att betala" with the unrounded invoice.total while the attached PDF showed the rounded amount (and the email also ignored the ROT/RUT deduction). Extract the PDF's Att betala block into getAmountToPay (lib/invoices/rounding.ts) and point PDF + email at it so they cannot drift; behavior-identical refactor for the PDF. Booked amounts stay ore-exact; display-only as designed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): adapt huvudbok date-range tests to the two-step entry-lines fetch The date-range tests (0969168f) mocked the old single-query shape with the parent entry embedded on each line; main's refactor (fetchEntryLines) queries journal_entries first and reattaches. Queue entry rows like the other tests so the merge of the two features is actually exercised. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): fetch full invoice projection in v1 send so ROT/RUT deduction and payment link reach the PDF and email The v1 send route's hand-rolled column list omitted deduction_total, deduction_personnummer_last4, payment_link_url and the item-level ROT/RUT fields, so invoices sent via the public API overstated 'Att betala' and dropped the deduction box. Reuse the shared INVOICE_FULL_COLUMNS/INVOICE_ITEM_FULL_COLUMNS so the send row can never drift from the GET shape again. Also harden the supplier-invoice inline approve: a thrown fetch left the button stuck spinning; failures now refetch the true server state. refactor(reports): restructure declaration pages around the filing pipeline (#992)
* refactor(reports): restructure declaration pages around the filing pipeline Momsdeklaration (/reports/vat-declaration) becomes the four-step flow the user actually runs: kontrollera, granska, bokfoer, laemna in. - NEW VatChecksCard, mounted first and ungated: the local pre-flight checks and the RC-basis-gap worklist used to render inside SkatteverketPanel BELOW the filing CTAs, and vanished entirely for free-tier or not-connected users, exactly the manual filers who must not file a declaration the checks would have blocked. - The gap worklist scales: compact DataList rows (first 8 + visa alla), visible shared classification selects, per-row overrides, bulk "Korrigera alla" behind a confirm dialog with serial progress, and an in-page declaration refetch replacing "Ladda om sidan". The list outlives the aggregate RC_BASIS_MISSING check so remaining rows never vanish after the first fix. - Summary card: status Badge + font-display headline amount instead of a Badge carrying the number; sanctioned h3 section heads; Table primitive; NEW import block (rutor 50/60-62) and the utgaende sum now includes 60-62 so it matches ruta 49 arithmetic; drill-downs preserved. - SkatteverketPanel stops being an API console: three forward buttons (Validera, Spara utkast, Laas och signera), six lookup/recovery actions in an overflow menu with two-line descriptions, destructive confirms on radera/koppla bort, one truthful notice slot (not-found is info, never green), visible disabled-reasons instead of title attrs, signing link as a real anchor plus auto re-check of inlaemning on tab refocus, and per-period state reset so a Q1 signing link can never show Q4's kvittens. - VatCompositionChart deleted (decorative donut mixing in/out VAT); export menu keeps xlsx only, XML/PDF live in the Laemna in card. - Sibling declaration pages adopt the same grammar: PS gets shadcn selects, auto-fetch with stale-discard, refresh button, envelope-parse fix (message_sv never existed); NE/INK2 auto-fetch on fiscal-year change (kills stale-year data), shared keyboard-accessible DeclarationRutaRow (fixes the expense sign bug), whole-krona amounts matching filed SRU values, neutral info notes instead of bg-primary/10, Skeleton loading, accessible download errors. UI-only: no API, schema, or dependency changes. All strings hardcoded Swedish (statutory surface). Adversarially reviewed (19-agent pass); all 10 confirmed findings fixed in this commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): address CodeRabbit review on #992 - formatWholeKronor truncates instead of rounds: NE/INK2 SRU generators drop oere with Math.trunc, and the UI must show the filed figures. - SkatteverketPanel disconnect surfaces non-ok responses instead of silently stopping the spinner. - VatChecksCard distinguishes a failed rc-basis-gaps fetch from a real zero-gap result: destructive note + retry instead of the benign 'Inga verifikationer hittades'. feat(vat): book the momsrapport as an editable settlement verifikat (#980) (#983)
* feat(vat): book the momsrapport as an editable settlement verifikat (#980) Adds a "Bokfor momsrapporten" card under the VAT declaration that builds an editable verifikat proposal from the report and books it through the ordinary journal entry form: - lib/reports/vat-settlement.ts: proposal builder. Clears each 26xx account at exact ore, books the net on 2650 (att betala) or 1650 (att aterfa) at the filed whole-krona amount (buildFiledAmounts, oretal faller bort per SFL 22 kap 1 par), balances the gap on 3740. Surfaces existing vat_settlement entries in the period so the UI can warn before a double booking. - GET /api/reports/vat-declaration/settlement-proposal: same period params as the sibling report routes. - VatBookingCard (reports view): fetches the proposal, warns when the period already has a posted settlement or draft, and opens the JournalEntryForm (bare, prefilled, source_type vat_settlement) in a dialog so every line is editable before committing. Booking uses the existing engine path: balance validation, period locks, voucher series per source type. - vat_settlement entries are excluded from the declaration projection (calculateVatDeclaration via new shared fetchVatAccountTotals, and the MCP computeVatReport for parity): a pure-projection report would otherwise read zero, and a later Skatteverket submission would file zeros, the moment the settlement is booked. No migration needed: the vat_settlement source type shipped in 20260708100000. Closes #980 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(vat): block re-booking a settled period, fail loud on lookup errors (CodeRabbit) The proposal is not delta-aware (it re-clears the FULL period), so a second booking while a posted settlement exists would corrupt the 26xx balances: disable "Skapa verifikat" until that verifikat is annulled (storno restores the balances). And since the existing-settlement lookup now gates that button, a swallowed query error would silently re-enable it: throw instead. refactor(ui): design-system consistency pass over dense pages + i18n de-bloat (#961)
* refactor(ui): normalize dense pages to the locked design system Sweep of the info-dense surfaces against .claude/rules/design.md; no behavior changes, classNames and primitive adoption only. - Replace hand-rolled h1s with PageHeader (import, suppliers, kpi, salary/employees, skattekonto, settings layout) and drop the one double title (SalarySettingsContent under the settings h1) - Replace hand-rolled empty states with EmptyState (skattekonto, banking/api-keys/oauth/counterparty settings) and hand-rolled pulse divs with Skeleton (deadlines, report view loaders) - Remove semantic colors used as chrome: amber/emerald banners in AGIPanel and SkatteverketPanel, success/warning tints in kassaflodesanalys, arsredovisning and import become neutral surfaces with the tint kept on the icon only - Full-opacity borders everywhere (border-border/30-60, border-destructive/20-40, border-foreground/30, text-destructive/80) - Snap off-scale spacing (p-5 to p-6, p-2.5 to p-3, gap/mt-x.5 to scale values); KPI metric tiles p-6 to p-4 per the tile rule - Remove the mobile Select that duplicated the invoices status Tabs (TabsList already scrolls horizontally); single Tabs now serves both breakpoints - supplier-invoices: shared formatCurrency instead of a local formatAmount helper; skattekonto: formatDate/formatDateLong/ formatDateTime instead of raw dates and toLocaleString - arsredovisning flerarsoversikt converted to the Table primitive with right-aligned tabular-nums cells - Settings: CardTitle text-base on section cards, one heading idiom in AccountSettingsContent, h3 to h2 in CompanyProfileView Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(i18n): trim text bloat and fix an untranslated sv string - Fix invoice_credit.create_failed_fallback: sv catalog carried the English "Failed to create credit note"; now "Kunde inte skapa kreditfaktura". Translate new_user_checklist.step3_title in en - Drop descriptions that paraphrase their own title (design.md forbidden pattern): invoice_detail.credited_description, invoice_credit.original_card_description, invoice_editor customer/notes card descriptions (keys deleted from both catalogs, zero remaining usages); the transaction booking DialogDescription becomes sr-only so screen readers keep it - Trim redundant sentences from settings_salary.info_payroll_scope, settings_backup.intro, ext_cloud_backup_long_description, settings.name_description, salary_payments.open_payments_note and shorten invoice_credit.reason_card_description; statutory BFL/tax prose untouched - Normalize toast punctuation (dimensions/self_billing created_description lose the trailing period like their siblings) - common.delete "Radera" to "Ta bort" (zero live call sites; Radera stays reserved for irreversible account/company deletion) Catalogs verified key-identical (4795 keys each) and JSON-parseable. Fix/attributes config (#926)
* fix(git): pin LF on generated extension registry and vitest snapshots setup:extensions and vitest write these files with LF; with core.autocrlf=true git expects CRLF and flags them as phantom modifications on every dev/build run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): enforce MFA on mcp-oauth consent and gate viewer storno route mcp-oauth/authorize renders an HTML consent page and issues 303 redirects that withRouteContext cannot express, so it kept raw getUser() and thereby skipped the AAL2 gate: a password-only (AAL1) session could approve consent that mints a long-lived, MFA-bypassing API key. Add a route-local requireAal2() step-up on GET and POST; AAL1 sessions redirect to /mfa/verify, BankID users are exempt. Separately, POST /api/reports/vat-declaration/rc-basis-gaps/fix calls correctEntry() (storno of a posted entry) but lacked requireWrite, so viewer-role members could trigger it. Add { requireWrite: true }. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): route transactions endpoints through withRouteContext Migrate the transactions routes off hand-rolled supabase.auth.getUser() onto the MFA-enforcing withRouteContext wrapper; add requireWrite on mutating handlers (book, uncategorize, attach-document, ignore, batch-match, create-from-document). Behavior and response shapes preserved; tests updated to the wrapper mock pattern. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): route SIE import and bank reconciliation through withRouteContext Migrate import/sie and reconciliation/bank routes onto the MFA-enforcing wrapper; requireWrite on mutations (import execute, create-accounts, mappings write verbs, link/unlink/run/mark-opening-balance). Reads (status, unmatched-entries) stay ungated. Response shapes preserved; tests added/updated to the wrapper mock pattern. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): route salary endpoints through withRouteContext Migrate salary employees and runs routes (plus ku, payroll-config, tax-tables) onto the MFA-enforcing wrapper; requireWrite on mutations. Personnummer masking/encryption untouched; file downloads (AGI XML, payslip PDF, payment files) keep their headers. Two payment-file GETs retain requireWrite because they stamp *_file_generated_at and previously gated viewers. Tests added/updated to the wrapper mock pattern. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): route report endpoints through withRouteContext Migrate the read-only report routes (trial balance, balansrapport, resultatrapport, income statement, ledgers, KPI, VAT declaration, salary journal, monthly breakdown, journal register, continuity check, full archive, etc.) onto the MFA-enforcing wrapper. All read-only, no requireWrite. JSON/XLSX/PDF/ZIP response bodies and headers preserved byte-for-byte; tests updated to the wrapper mock pattern. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): route invoices, skatteverket, agent and extension endpoints through withRouteContext Migrate invoices, supplier-invoices, skatteverket tax-payments, and dynamic extension routes onto the MFA-enforcing wrapper with requireWrite on mutations. The two NDJSON streaming agent routes (invoke, onboarding/stream) use requireAuth() directly (the wrapper can't wrap a streaming response) so MFA is still enforced. skatteverket payment-file GET keeps requireWrite (stamps a generated-at field). Response shapes and file headers preserved; tests added/updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): route documents, events, team and account endpoints through withRouteContext Migrate documents, events, kpi/preferences, vat/validate, support/contact onto the MFA-enforcing wrapper with requireWrite on mutations. account/password, team/accept and team/members use requireAuth() directly (user-level or pre-membership flows with no active company context) so MFA is still enforced. events keeps its dual API-key-or-session auth. Document retention guard untouched; tests added/updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): route settings and pending-operations endpoints through withRouteContext Migrate settings (api-keys, oauth-clients, booking-templates, counterparty-templates, logo, company settings) and pending-operations (commit, bulk-commit, reject, edit-before-approve) onto the MFA-enforcing wrapper with requireWrite on mutations. Credential-guarding routes keep their per-user ownership filters. Response shapes preserved; tests added/updated to the wrapper mock pattern. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(guards): ratchet raw-route-auth baseline 119->1 after A1 migration Lock in the withRouteContext migration so the count cannot regress. The single remaining entry, mcp-oauth/authorize, is a documented exception (HTML consent + redirects, MFA enforced via route-local step-up). Record the campaign and requireWrite decisions in DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(vat): add eSKD momsdeklaration file export for "Deklarera via fil" Generate the Skatteverket eSKDUpload v6.0 XML file so users can file VAT by upload instead of typing every ruta into the form. Extract buildFiledAmounts() as the shared whole-krona source of truth (öre truncated per SFL 22 kap 1 §) so the XML file and the manual-filing PDF can never disagree. Adds the /eskd API route, an XML option in the report export menu, and the upload button on the manual-filing card. Strings in sv + en. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(vat): add 'vat_settlement' source type and update related components * fix(booking): adjust search input layout and enable autofocus * fix(vat): support 12-digit org numbers and adjust emission order for eSKD file * fix(migration): add 'vat_settlement' to journal_entries.source_type CHECK --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(entitlements): show paid features as gated upsells instead of dead ends (#913)
* fix(entitlements): show paid features as gated upsells instead of dead ends Post-cutover, non-payers still saw fully interactive UI for paid features (bank picker, agent-build hero, SKV VAT submission) that silently failed or 403'd on the server gate. Every surface now stays visible as a conversion surface but is explicitly gated: - new shared components/billing/UpgradeNote (lock icon + billing link) - agent-build hero (dashboard + new-user checklist): routes to /settings/billing with upgrade copy when the ai capability is missing - bank connect: BankingSettingsPanel and the import-page PSD2 wizard swap the bank list for an upgrade note; the import selection card swaps the "Rekommenderat" chip for "Kräver abonnemang" - VAT report SkatteverketPanel: gated state renders before the connection check, so trial-connected companies see the upsell instead of action buttons that would 403; manual-filing framing kept - SkatteverketConnectPanel: skahmst consent note hidden while gated (irrelevant until the consent page is reachable) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(ne-bilaga): fix time-of-day flake in SRU field-code assertion The bare substrings '7310'/'7350' also match the #SKAPAD HHMMSS timestamp when CI runs at 07:31/07:35, so the assertion now requires the full '#UPPGIFT <code>' prefix. Add/api and invoice (#911)
* feat(salary): validate employee clearing/kontonummer at entry Bank details on the "Anställda" form had no structural validation, so a typo in clearing/kontonummer was saved silently and only surfaced at Bankgirot LB generation (or never, on the SEPA path). Adds a shared validator (lib/salary/payment/bank-account.ts) wired into the create dialog, edit page, CreateEmployeeSchema, and the PATCH route: 4-digit clearing or 5-digit Swedbank (8xxxx), 5-11 digit account, both-or-neither. Mirrors encodeReceiverAccount so entry-time validation matches what the payout layer can encode. Update validates only when a bank field actually changes, so legacy free-text data stays editable. Includes a conservative clearing to bank-name hint (null for unknown ranges). Per-bank mod10/mod11 checksum deferred to a soft-warning follow-up. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(chart-of-accounts): styled delete warnings and bulk select-all Replace the native window.confirm() on single-account delete with the styled DestructiveConfirmDialog, and add to the prune dialog a master 'select all unused accounts' checkbox plus an explicit confirmation step before bulk deletion. New sv/en strings for the confirm titles and actions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): encrypt personnummer on v1 employee create; tolerate legacy plaintext on read The v1 REST create route stored personnummer unencrypted, which then threw ERR_CRYPTO_INVALID_AUTH_TAG on every decrypt-on-read path and 500'd the employees roster. Encrypt on write in v1 create, decrypt on read in the v1 list/detail/patch responses, and make decryptPersonnummer pass a raw 12-digit value through with a warn so a legacy plaintext row can't take the roster down. Encrypt seeded personnummer. Add a gated, idempotent backfill for existing rows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a manual entry as a reusable template Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual journal-entry form next to the existing "Anvand mall" picker, so users can capture a booking pattern the moment they work it out. Opens the shared TemplateForm (create mode) pre-seeded from the current lines via deriveTemplateLinesFromBooking, and saves through the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates. Rendered in both the mobile and desktop layouts and in create + edit modes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): label all staged operation types The Granskning list rendered the raw snake_case operation_type (e.g. create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox) for any type missing from the label map, which hogs the meta row and wraps awkwardly on mobile. Add short sv/en labels for all operation types in OPERATION_RISK_TIERS, plus a humanized fallback for future ones, and simplify the label map to a plain operation_type -> i18n-key record (the icon/variant fields were dead). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): let users file moms without a Skatteverket connection The momsdeklaration was never gated on the Skatteverket connection (it renders from the bookkeeping), but the not-connected "Anslut med BankID" card read as a wall. Make manual filing a first-class path: - Add a "Lämna in din momsdeklaration" card under the report with a PDF download (SKV 4700 layout, hela kronor) and a skatteverket.se link. - Add a momsdeklaration PDF route + template; buildManualFilingRows() rounds each ruta to whole kronor and recomputes ruta 49 per the SKV 4700 formula so it ties out. The PDF is a read/record copy, not a submission file (moms has no upload channel). - Offer PDF alongside Excel in the report's export menu. - Reframe the not-connected SkatteverketPanel to "Skicka direkt till Skatteverket (valfritt)". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): compact new-employee dialog and warn on bad account check digit Redesign NewEmployeeDialog into a compact layout: borderless sections split by hairline dividers (no per-section cards), a fixed header + scrolling body + solid footer (fixes content showing through the old sticky bar), and denser grids. EmployeeTaxCard gains a `flat` variant so the dialog can host it without card chrome; the edit page keeps the boxed version. Add non-blocking Swedish account check-digit validation (lib/bankgiro/account-number.ts): mod10 (reuses luhn) + mod11, with a clearing->method table from the Bankgirot "Bankernas kontonummeruppbyggnad" spec, cross-checked against jop-io/kontonummer.js and verified against a real account (Forex 9420/4172385). Surfaced as a soft warning in both employee forms; unrecognised clearings return 'unknown' so we never warn on a valid but unmapped account. Never blocks saving. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): configurable send time + editing for recurring invoices Re-register the accidentally-removed recurring cron (now hourly) and add a per-schedule send hour (Europe/Stockholm, DST-aware). The cron never sends for a past date, and the enabling migration pauses every existing schedule on deploy so nothing auto-sends behind a user's back; users reactivate consciously (with a confirm) or click "Skapa faktura nu" to send this month on demand. Automatic sending now requires a customer email. Adds a full edit flow (row click opens the prefilled form, PATCH), fixing the row-click 404. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): configure självfaktura via the invoice API Add an optional is_self_billed flag (plus external_invoice_number, self_billing_agreement_ref, received_date) to the public invoice-create endpoint so callers can register a received self-billing invoice (mottagen självfaktura, ML 17 kap 15§) via the API. It was previously only reachable from the internal dashboard route, so it was missing from the API docs. Extract the booking into a shared service (lib/invoices/self-billed-sale.ts) and refactor the internal /api/invoices/self-billed route to a thin wrapper over it, so the dashboard and the API cannot drift. Books as a sale (Debit 1510 / Credit 30xx+26xx) with the counterparty's number; no own number is consumed. Fields are plain optionals (no schema refine) so UpdateInvoiceSchema.omit() keeps working; required-when-self-billed is enforced in the route. Documented in the endpoint registry. No migration (columns already exist). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): allow a partial voucher-series-per-source-type map In Zod 4 an enum-keyed z.record is exhaustive (every source_type required), so saving a default_voucher_series_per_source_type map that omits a source type (e.g. the newly added result_appropriation) failed with "expected string, received undefined". Use partialRecord so the map can be sparse; the engine falls back to series 'A' for any unmapped key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(salary): resolve employer name via getCompanyDisplayName Payslip PDFs, the payslip email, AGI, KU10, and the BG/LB + SEPA payment files now resolve the employer name through getCompanyDisplayName (company_settings.company_name, falling back to companies.name), matching how invoices already display it. Read-side coalesce, so no migration or backfill: companies.name is write-once at onboarding and not authoritative for these surfaces. The sidebar company switcher uses the same coalesce for the non-active companies in the list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(kontoplan): index-only account usage counts + lighter reference load Add a covering index on journal_entry_lines (journal_entry_id, account_number) so get_account_usage_counts becomes an index-only scan (prod worst case ~440ms). Slim /api/bookkeeping/accounts/reference to return only the company's activation rows and merge against the client-bundled BAS_REFERENCE instead of re-sending the full ~1,300-account catalog every load, and defer the BAS catalog + usage counts off the first-paint critical path in ChartOfAccountsManager. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * i18n(salary): add bank-account checksum warning string sv/en strings for the employee bank-account (clearing/kontonummer) soft checksum warning shown by the create/edit forms. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: update decision log Append the 2026-07-06/07 decision entries (salary employer-name coalesce, sidebar switcher, employees API personnummer fix, kontoplan load optimization, momsdeklaration manual filing, recurring invoices resend + reactivation + editing, "spara som mall", voucher-series partial map, and självfaktura via the invoice API). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address compliance-review findings on recurring invoices + moms filing - recurring cron: close the double-send window with an atomic compare-and-set claim on last_run_at (release-on-failure) so two overlapping hourly runs can't both spawn from the same stale batch row - recurring edit dialog: force auto_send=false whenever the effective customer has no email, so a disabled-but-checked box can't PATCH auto_send=true after the async customer load - momsdeklaration manual-filing: truncate rutor to whole kronor (öretal faller bort per SFL 22 kap 1 §) instead of round-to-nearest, matching the SRU path Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

perf: cross-system snappiness batch (middleware, loading states, bundle) (#909)
* perf: cross-system snappiness batch (middleware, loading states, bundle)
Middleware: resolve the active company at most once per request and run
the user_preferences + first-membership queries in parallel, cutting 1-2
sequential DB round trips from every authenticated page load.
Loading states: add loading.tsx skeletons for the six highest-traffic
dashboard routes, render the real salary page header during load instead
of a full-page skeleton, replace the blank fallback={null} Suspense
flashes on customers/articles, and reshape the settings skeleton to
match the actual form layout.
Bundle: defer recharts chart components via next/dynamic on the KPI page
and report views, replace the import page's framer-motion marching-ants
border with a CSS keyframe, and enable optimizePackageImports for
recharts/date-fns/framer-motion.
Transactions: extract the potential-match lookups into a shared parallel
helper; a single-query PostgREST embed is blocked until the
potential_supplier_invoice_id FK exists in prod (see DECISIONS.md).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(transactions): log potential-match query failures instead of dropping them
A DB error in the invoice/supplier-invoice hint lookups previously
surfaced as "no potential match"; log it so failures are diagnosable.

Check/salary bankid api (#892)
* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup - middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard - BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once (a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first, failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors - bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account - bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink (BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method) - login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: move secondary guides into docs/, delete dead root files Move DOCKER.md, SELF-HOSTING.md, WHITELABEL.md and extensions.md (renamed EXTENSIONS.md) into a new docs/ folder and update all path references (README, setup.sh, .dockerignore image rules, docker-publish workflow comment, _example-branding, lib/branding/service.ts). Delete two dead root files: customer.json (stray API-test payload) and findings.md (point-in-time swarm audit export, criticals already filed). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(api): security & correctness hardening + withRouteContext MFA migration across API routes Audit of ~100 app/api routes. Highlights: Security - agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped - calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only - bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded - agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated Correctness - account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000 rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) -> fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes) - voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced - 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed - assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed - invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent; deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod Convention - ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation, corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right where they figured out how something should be booked. - derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking (settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart) - extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility hints instead of duplicating them - save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts diverged. The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3 templates. Also fixed along the way: - Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all. - mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a non-fileable document before download. - Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR. - FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver (never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie the roll-forward exactly to booked UB. - build-input dedupes warnings now that the PDF path runs the same mapping. Regression test asserts no RR/BR label ever contains a four-digit account number again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr" with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode (prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest years. - lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis) - Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced, naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread - SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and now renders them - opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return 409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors: - Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek. Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate. - Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows. - Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied /api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well. - application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL) validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always failing the magic-byte check. - correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test). - Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE, TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE (company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots, skipping slots held by any existing row. - Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives). - Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of silently skipping the mirror. - Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt guidance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines. ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET /api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot follows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list bundle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks: - One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The separate /salary/runs/new page is gone. - Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail, KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/. - Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token], backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the route from auth redirects. - Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026). - AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid. - Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish, municipality tax-table lookup improvements. messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune, skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before this. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping - Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16 renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged). - Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs don't break the build type-check. - Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76. - template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding. - database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(), which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag. Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging. Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap) Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger, which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all. That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression). Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging. style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(skatt): setup gates + auto-loading momsdeklaration across Skatt & bokslut tabs (#885)
* feat(skatt): setup gates + auto-loading momsdeklaration across Skatt & bokslut tabs Every tab in the Skatt & bokslut nav group now tells an unconfigured user what is missing and where to fix it, instead of dead-ending or rendering zeros: - Momsdeklaration: gates on vat_registered with a settings CTA; auto-fetches the configured period on load and on every period change (no more "Hämta" button); one period control (räkenskapsår picked inline for helårsmoms, shell selector + back link dropped via new ReportDescriptor.standalone); raw <select>s replaced with the Select primitive; banner when moms_period is missing; BankID connect returns to the page instead of the report library. - Deadlines: callout (sv+en) when no system-generated tax deadlines exist — they are derived from tax settings, so point at /settings/tax rather than presenting an empty manual todo list. - Årsbokslut: "no räkenskapsår yet" (CTA to bookkeeping settings) is now distinguished from "nothing to close yet". - Skattekonto: non-auth fetch failures render an error card with retry instead of the misleading "inget saldo hämtat ännu" empty state. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatt): address bot review — res.ok guard, blocking moms_period gate, panel hidden while räkenskapsår unresolved - Auto-fetch treats non-2xx or unparsable responses as errors (with retry) instead of rendering undefined data. - momsPeriodMissing now blocks the declaration (EmptyState + settings CTA) rather than fetching a guessed quarterly period behind a banner — a declaration submittable for the wrong period type is a hazard, not a convenience. - SkatteverketPanel is not rendered while yearly mode awaits a fiscal period, so its actions can never target an unconfirmed period. fix(reconciliation): Bankavstämning phase 0 — correctness + feedback batch (+ nav IA regrouping) (#879)
* feat(nav): interaction-mode sidebar grouping — Arbeta/Analys/Data/Skatt & bokslut Nav IA redesign phase 0 (dev_docs/nav_ia_redesign.md): same routes, regrouped by what the user is doing. CLAUDE.md restructured around Hard Rules (doc references updated); pending-page explainer removed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): correctness + feedback batch for Bankavstämning (phase 0) Engine: fetchAllRows pagination on status/run/RPC fetches (silent 1000-row cap corrupted totals), optimistic-lock guards on manualLink + apply, unlink audit rows attributed to the acting user (was: company UUID), selected_matches partial apply intersected with a fresh match run. View: silent in-place refresh instead of a full-page skeleton per action, checkbox-gated apply with confidence badges (fuzzy unticked) in chunks of 500, honest result toasts, dry-run errors surfaced, ranked per-row picker candidates pinned to the applied date window, currency-correct amounts (bank side in account currency, GL side SEK), voucher links, translated source types, colored differens, dirty-date-filter guard. Discovery: year-end preflight 404 href fixed (/reconciliation/bank never existed), ⌘K palette entry, real links from the transactions page. v1: status registry schema now matches the actual ReconciliationStatus payload, errors documented as a count, false ~0.85-threshold pitfall replaced, route test mocks the real shape. feat(dimensions): PR4 reports — dimension-filtered P&L + Resultat per projekt/kostnadsställe (#862)
* feat(dimensions): PR4 reports — dimension-filtered P&L everywhere + Resultat per projekt/kostnadsställe The Project P&L milestone of the dimensions plan (dev_docs §7 PR4). One choke point lights up everything: generateTrialBalance gains options.dimensions (SIE dim → code map) pushed down as jsonb containment (dimensions @>, served by idx_jel_dimensions_gin) on both line queries, with company-wide opening balances dropped when filtered (they cannot be dimension-scoped; P&L-safe by whitelist). Resultatrapport, resultaträkning, huvudbok, monthly-breakdown and the TB drill-down inherit the filter; the KPI route filters only its P&L-side inputs (income statement, months, expense composition) — never cash/VAT. New report lib/reports/dimension-pnl.ts — "Resultat per projekt/ kostnadsställe" (Fortnox Resultatrapport projekt): value-as-column matrix over one dimension with an explicit "(Utan dimension)" bucket computed as the residual against the same trial-balance pass resultatrapport uses, so every row and the Totalt column reconcile with the unfiltered resultatrapport by construction. Registered in REPORT_CATALOG (visible only when dimensions_enabled), slug-routed view + xlsx export. UI: DimensionFilter (dimension + value picker, persistent "Filtrerad — ej fullständig rapport" chip) mounts in FocusedReport for catalog entries flagged dimensions: true; huvudbok rows show line dim codes. Statutory exclusion pinned by TEST, not convention: lib/reports/__tests__/dimension-statutory-guard.test.ts fails if the filter parser leaks into balance sheet, balansrapport, kassaflöde, VAT, SIE or full-archive routes/generators, or if the catalog whitelist widens. MCP: new gnubok_get_dimension_pnl (reports:read); dimensions filter arg on get_trial_balance/get_income_statement/get_general_ledger with resolve-don't-select (names → registry codes, resolution echoes); query_journal totals fixed to aggregate the FULL match set (was silently slice-scoped while claiming otherwise) with an honest totals_scope field, plus group_by / group_by_dimension aggregation. Also: voucher-detail dim-6 badge now uses the registry name instead of the non-standard "PR" abbreviation (#859 review follow-up). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(dimensions): address #862 review — export disclosure, prior-column suppression, period-label honesty, route hardening - Filtered XLSX/PDF exports now carry the partial-view disclosure past the file boundary (BFNAR 2013:2): filename suffix (-dim6-p001), a "Filtrerad … — ej fullständig rapport" row on every sheet, and a header note/title line in the PDFs. - Resultatrapport drops the prior-year column when a dimension filter is active — project codes are time-limited under K2/K3, so "this code last year" may be a different project (same rule as narrowed date ranges). - dimension-pnl no longer accepts fromDate: the matrix is cumulative from period_start by design (closing-balance semantics), and the period label now states exactly that instead of echoing a lower bound that was never applied. Routes/MCP tool updated to toDate-only. - dimension-pnl routes 404 on an unknown/foreign period id and cap dim_no to 4 digits (matching the MCP tool's PostgREST-path guard, which the generator now also enforces itself). - Statutory-guard test's generateTrialBalance call-site scan is paren-aware instead of a 300-char window; added fully-untagged and injection-guard test cases. UI badge cleanup + /chart-of-accounts route + loop skills (#850)
Bundles three separable concerns: - style(ui): badge audit + cleanup across 45 files — real-status chips use Badge variants (raw Tailwind colors dropped), non-status count/type/label chips demoted to muted text, clustered badges consolidated; 20 unused imports removed. - feat(bookkeeping): Kontoplan moved to a dedicated /chart-of-accounts route (nav + command palette wired); /bookkeeping shows the journal list only. - chore(skills): loop-* automation skills + design-scan workflow under .claude/. fix(reports): restored the destructive count badge on blocking errors in the periodisk sammanställning (EC Sales List) — a genuine status cue the audit had wrongly flattened; flagged by the PR reviewer and Swedish compliance bot, now clean. All CI green; compliance bots report no findings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat: UI slop cleanup, invoice icon/header polish + year-end in Rapporter, journal-list DataList refactor (#847)
UI cleanup: removed AI-slop (redundant suppliers subtitle, decorative Sparkles glyph), decluttered the article-detail header (single status badge + muted type · #number), standardized the invoice icon Receipt→ReceiptText (no $ in a SEK app), and matched ReportExportMenu trigger size to the primary CTA on list pages. Bookkeeping: surfaced year-end closing in Rapporter (catalog descriptor) and dropped the redundant header button; refactored JournalEntryList to DataList primitives + chunked /api/documents/counts in 50-ID batches (large pages previously 400'd); added optional fraction-digit overrides to formatCurrency. The fiscal-year lock indicator is preserved as a labeled Låst/Stängt badge in FiscalYearSelector. All PR-bot findings triaged as false positives (unused import, formatCurrency öre, lock indicator) or intentional design (year-end placement, empty-state messaging). CI green. fix(reports): valid two-file NE-bilaga SRU submission (#318, #319) (#844)
* fix(reports): generate valid two-file NE-bilaga SRU submission (#318, #319) The NE-bilaga "Ladda ner SRU" export produced a file Skatteverket rejects: it was served as UTF-8 text/plain (å/ä/ö mojibake, #319) and was structurally invalid — a single blob with #PRODUKT KONTROLLUPPGIFTER (the KU code), no INFO.SRU/BLANKETTER.SRU split, a #SKAPAT typo, no #FIL_SLUT, and suspect field codes 7310–7350 (#318). Rewrite the generator to mirror the working INK2 generator: a two-file INFO.SRU + BLANKETTER.SRU submission, ISO 8859-1 encoded and zipped, with #PRODUKT SRU, #DATABESKRIVNING_*/#MEDIELEV_*, #BLANKETT NE-<år>P<x>, #IDENTITET <personnummer12> <date> <time>, and #FIL_SLUT. Field codes use the authoritative BAS NE_EJ_K1 coupling table (R1→7400 … R10→7505, R11→7440; period dates 7011/7012). Enskild-firma identity is the owner's 12-digit personnummer (birth-century prefix, not INK2's juridisk-person "16"). - Extract the shared ISO-8859-1 encoder to lib/reports/sru-encoding.ts (was inline in the INK2 route). - Extend the NE engine/types to carry address/postort/email for INFO.SRU. - Frontend: NE SRU download uses the INK2 blob pattern; fix a pre-existing param bug in EfDeclarationSection (fiscal_period_id → period_id, +format=sru). - Add generator tests (structure, BAS field codes, zero-omission, ISO-8859-1). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): address review feedback on NE-bilaga SRU generator (#318) - getZipFilename uses the income year (fiscal year END) so the filename matches the blankett type/identity for broken fiscal years. - Refuse to generate a submission when the personnummer is missing/invalid (compute + validate the 12-digit identity once in generateNESRUSubmission and throw) instead of silently emitting a placeholder #IDENTITET that Skatteverket would reject after upload. - validateBlanketterSru now asserts the mandatory räkenskapsår date fields (#UPPGIFT 7011/7012) — their absence is a level-2 rejection. - 10-digit personnummer century is inferred from adult age (≥18, <110) at the income year, fixing the e.g. 1924-born/yy=24 edge that mapped to 2024. style(ui): system-wide UX/UI polish pass — design-system conformance + copy cleanup (#835)
* style(ui): system-wide UX/UI polish pass — design-system conformance + copy cleanup Multi-agent scan of all 404 UI files against the locked design system, then 141 verified surgical fixes across 109 files (net -32 lines): - Remove forbidden elevation/motion: shadow-* and rounded-xl on cards, active:scale bounce, hover:shadow on list items, transition-all -> transition-colors. - Drop font-medium from single-weight Hedvig display headings/numerals. - Replace raw rainbow Tailwind status colors with Badge variants / brand tokens / neutral surfaces (achromatic chrome, semantic colors stay data-only). - Route raw dates through formatDate(), hand-rolled currency through formatCurrency(), add tabular-nums to financial figures; text-gray-* -> text-foreground tokens. - Swap hand-rolled skeletons for the Skeleton primitive; off-scale spacing -> token scale. - Fix copy: mislabeled "Leverantörsfakturor" -> "Utgifter" on bank-import outflow total, collapse no-op identical-branch ternaries, broken Swedish diacritics (mojibake), correct mismatch-password toast, correct supplier currency-field label. - Remove PII-leaking debug console.log on register, stray console.logs. Verified: tsc clean on all changed files, eslint clean, production build passes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): sanitize residual error logs in register flow Follow-up to PR review (compliance swarm V16 / GDPR Art.5(1)(f)): the remaining console.error calls in the register flow passed raw error objects, which Supabase may populate with PII (email) in nested fields. fix(reconciliation): drive bank avstämning period from the report header (#771) (#774)
The bank reconciliation view hosted its OWN FiscalYearSelector inside the action bar — but that bar renders below the loading-skeleton early-return, so the selector never mounted, its onReady/onChange never fired, the periodReady gate never flipped, and the page hung on a permanent skeleton (#771). Make the report period-scoped like the ledgers: lib/reports/catalog.ts marks bank-reconciliation `params: 'fiscal'`, so the report page's räkenskapsår selector owns the period. FocusedReport passes periodId + periodBounds down, and BankReconciliationView takes them as props instead of self-selecting. The window seeds from periodBounds and a periodId-keyed effect re-seeds (and writes dateFromRef/dateToRef synchronously) on a year switch, preserving the #751 period-scoped IB-floor behaviour without the deadlock. Manual date edits still apply on demand via "Filtrera". Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(reconciliation): scope bank avstämning to a fiscal period so the IB stops counting (#751) (#754)
* fix(reconciliation): scope bank reconciliation to a fiscal period so the IB stops counting (#751) The bank reconciliation widget defaulted its date window to "full history" (empty dateFrom). With no lower bound the GL side spans the fiscal-year boundary: a prior period's movements on the account net to exactly the opening balance, and the new period's IB entry adds another copy. The IB *summary* was excluded but the prior-period *detail* stayed in the period movement while the bank feed only covered the current period — a phantom difference equal to the IB (the "räknar med IB fast den säger borträknad" report in #751). - Server: getReconciliationStatus now floors the window at the most recent opening-balance date on the account (effectiveFrom = max(dateFrom, ibDate)) and clamps both the GL movement set and the bank-feed set identically. Derived from the already-fetched lines — no extra query. A no-op when the caller already passes period_start; a safety net otherwise. - UI: BankReconciliationView scopes to a fiscal period via FiscalYearSelector (defaults to the newest period), seeding dateFrom/dateTo and gating the initial fetch so the full-history numbers never flash. - Tests: two regression cases reproducing the cross-period scenario. Proven against prod: full-history -> difference -10 172,94 (matched the screenshot); period-bounded -> 0,00. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): re-fetch on fiscal-period switch; document IB-floor choice Review follow-up on #754: - BankReconciliationView: add selectedPeriodId to the gated fetch effect deps so switching räkenskapsår re-fetches with the new window, and a late period selection (selector signalling ready before the company context hydrates) still triggers the real period-scoped fetch instead of leaving the empty-window result. Manual date edits still stay on the explicit "Filtrera" action. - getReconciliationStatus: comment why ibFloor takes the LATEST opening-balance date (one IB per period invariant; across a multi-year window the most recent IB is the intended floor; same-date duplicates cancel). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reconciliation): cover mid-period window (dateFrom after the IB date) Review follow-up on #754: documents that a per-month reconciliation window starting after the fiscal-year IB correctly excludes the IB and reconciles on the in-window movements alone (gl_1930_opening_balance = 0 by design). feat(import/export): article import + register export (xlsx/csv) (#750)
* feat(import/export): article import + register export (xlsx/csv)
Add CSV/Excel import for the article register (artiklar), mirroring the
existing customer/supplier import pipeline, plus Excel + CSV export for
articles, customers and suppliers.
Import (lib/import/articles + app/api/import/articles):
- Column auto-detection tuned to Fortnox/Visma/Bokio export headers,
Swedish-decimal price parsing, VAT snapped to {0,6,12,25}, type/unit
normalization.
- Dedup by article number then name; 23505 soft-skip; auto-number
backfill; revenue-account override kept only when active, otherwise
dropped with a warning (never mutates the chart of accounts).
- New "Artiklar" flow in the /import hub.
Export (app/api/export/* + lib/export/register-export):
- Read-only xlsx (default) / csv (?format=csv, UTF-8 BOM) downloads.
- Headers chosen so files round-trip back through the importer.
- "Exportera" menu added to the articles, customers and suppliers pages.
Refs #746. Direct Fortnox/Visma API article fetch tracked in #749.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(import/export): address PR review — lint ratchet + export hardening
- xlsx-export: keep `SheetSpec<any>` on the eslint-disabled line (fixes the
core-only lint ratchet regression: no-explicit-any 16 -> 15) and define
UTF8_BOM as an explicit `` escape instead of a raw BOM character.
- export routes (articles/customers/suppliers): move the data queries inside
the try/catch, add `Cache-Control: no-store`, and emit a `register exported`
audit log line (entity, format, rowCount).
- articles parse route: validate `column_overrides` against a Zod schema before
trusting it to drive the parser.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(import): drop öre-round pattern on article column-detector confidence
The confidence score is a 0-1 heuristic, not money, and is only compared
against the 0.8 skip-mapping threshold. Removing the Math.round(x*100)/100
form clears the core-only antipattern ratchet (naive-ore-round 660 -> 659).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(import): flag adjusted VAT rows in the article import edit step
Surface VAT snapping/defaulting per row, not just as a file-level warning:
the parser sets `vat_rate_adjusted`, the edit step highlights those rows'
VAT selector and shows a count banner, and confirming a rate clears the flag.
Addresses the Swedish-compliance review note that silent snapping could
otherwise store a wrong VAT rate at scale.

Design critique: normalize daily-operator flows + UX improvements (#741)
* style(design): normalize daily-operator flows to locked design system Sweep the dashboard, transactions, reconciliation, invoicing and supplier flows for design-system violations (.claude/rules/design.md): - font-medium removed from Hedvig display headings/numerals - font-mono -> tabular-nums on monetary values (voucher ids stay mono) - raw Tailwind status colors -> Badge variants / muted-alert pattern - semantic colors removed from chrome backgrounds (deadline widgets, icon halos) - hand-rolled skeletons/empty-states -> Skeleton / EmptyState primitives - opacity-suffixed borders, the invisible warning-foreground count color, and shadow-sm/rounded-xl on non-overlay surfaces normalized The four files that also received UX changes carry their token fixes in the following commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(ux): clearer dashboard CTA, match confidence, AI provenance, invoice actions Four high-impact UX fixes from the design critique (these files also carry their design-system token normalization): - Dashboard: render the next-best-action hero for every agent-built company, not only 'slim' nav density, so there is always one obvious next step instead of four equal-weight metric tiles. - Reconciliation: surface the match engine's 0-1 confidence as a graded strength badge (Stark / Trolig / Svag traff) in the shared verifikat picker rows and selected chip; drop the uninformative binary "Foreslagen traff" badge from the match dialog. - Supplier inbox: show AI-filled provenance per extracted field (a success dot that clears once the user verifies/edits the value) so misparsed amounts/dates get proofread before they post to an immutable verifikat. - Invoice detail: keep each status's primary action only in the header row; the sidebar "Status actions" card now holds secondary/reversible actions only (makulera, ta bort, skapa kreditnota, manual-send alternative), removing the duplicated CTAs and closing a viewer-permission gap on the old sidebar buttons. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(ux): Tier-B medium design-critique fixes across daily-operator flows - Reconciliation: standardise the match-confirm verb on "Matcha" (was "Koppla" in MatchVoucherDialog) and replace the hand-rolled date <input>s in the bank reconciliation view with the Input primitive. - Supplier inbox: fold the two alternative bookings (Skapa leverantorsfaktura / Bokfor som verifikat) behind a single "Andra satt att bokfora" dropdown so the default path (Matcha mot transaktion) stays the lone primary action. - Duplicate-payment guard: demote the "Skapa ny verifikation anda" escape hatch to a ghost button so the safe "Koppla till befintlig" path dominates. - Onboarding: raise the "start fresh" escape hatch from a muted text link to a visible secondary button; normalise the checklist's off-scale spacing. - Supplier flows: finish the font-mono -> tabular-nums sweep on monetary values in the supplier-invoice detail / create / review surfaces (ids stay mono). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): keep overdue rows visually distinct (destructive chrome is allowed) The Tier-A normalization stripped all semantic-color row tints from the deadline widgets, but design.md exempts --destructive ("only --destructive survives in chrome"). Restore a subtle bg-destructive/5 on OVERDUE rows so missed tax/AGI deadlines (-> skattetillagg) stay noticeable in a list scan; action-needed (warning) rows stay clean since warning is data-only. Surfaced by the Swedish compliance review on #741. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): hide match-strength badge on already-matched verifikat Per the Swedish compliance review on #741: a green "Stark traff" confidence badge rendered alongside "Redan matchad" could visually nudge an accidental double-match of a posted verifikat (a BFL 5 kap audit-trail concern). Suppress the strength badge when linked_transaction_count > 0 so "Redan matchad" is the lone signal there; N:1 matching stays an explicit opt-in. fix(reports): count reversed entries in bank/supplier/AR reconciliation (#734)
A reversed (storno-corrected) journal entry must be summed together with
its storno + correction, exactly as the trial balance and balance sheet
already do (.in('status', ['posted','reversed'])). The reconciliation
paths used posted-only and manufactured phantom differences.
- bank-reconciliation getReconciliationStatus: gl_1930_balance now counts
posted+reversed (so it equals the balansräkning for the account). Dropped
the correction_adjustment subtraction and the reversed-linked-tx drop — a
corrected/amount-corrected bank receipt now reconciles. The prior model
broke once correctEntry began re-pointing the bank transaction to the live
correction (the two changes were mutually inconsistent and produced a
difference equal to the corrected amount).
- supplier-reconciliation (2440) and ar-reconciliation (1510/1513): same
posted -> posted+reversed fix. Removes the false "Ej avstämd" gap a fully
paid, fully corrected company shows — the books net to 0 over posted+reversed
while a posted-only query double-counted the payment legs.
Also in this change:
- MCP gnubok_get_reconciliation_status: add account_number param (was hardcoded
to 1930; the lib already supported per-account reconciliation).
- counterparty-templates normalizeCounterpartyName: strip trailing month /
personal-initials tokens so "ngrok JW" / "Ngrok Mars" learn as one merchant.
- pending-operation reject 409 (route + MCP tool): clarify a resolved op was
approved explicitly (no auto-commit path exists) instead of a bare
"already committed".
- create_voucher: normalize description with String().trim() for consistency
with line_description.
- migration 20260625120000: backfill stripped diacritics on ~830 companies'
seeded chart-of-accounts names (Foretagskonto -> Företagskonto, etc.); the
seed function was fixed for new companies in 20260516130000 but never
backfilled. UPDATE-only and idempotent. Already applied to production.
Tests: 899 passing across the touched suites; lint + typecheck clean.

Accounted rebrand + swarm-skill cleanup + bank-reconciliation fixes (#643)
* feat(reconciliation): close the bank-feed loop on voucher links and re-tag mis-typed opening balances
Two related fixes to bank reconciliation correctness:
1. Auto-reconcile on voucher link. Linking an invoice or supplier invoice to
an existing voucher previously advanced only the invoice — the bank
transaction that paid it kept sitting in the Transactions inbox with a null
journal_entry_id. linkInvoiceToVoucher / linkSupplierInvoiceToVoucher now
call autoReconcileTransactionForLinkedVoucher (lib/reconciliation), which
links the bank transaction to the same verifikat when exactly one unbooked
line matches it. Best-effort and post-commit: a failure here never fails the
link. The result surfaces reconciledTransactionId; the inbox row leaves the
list and the UI shows link_success_tx_reconciled.
2. Re-tag mis-typed opening balances. getReconciliationStatus and the GL-line
matching RPCs identify a cash account's ingående balans solely by
journal_entries.source_type='opening_balance'. Companies migrated from other
systems often booked the bank IB as an ordinary voucher (source_type
'import' or 'manual'), so it was never excluded and surfaced as a phantom
reconciliation difference equal to the opening balance. Adds:
- migration mark_entry_as_opening_balance: a GUC-gated carve-out in the
immutability trigger plus a SECURITY DEFINER RPC that validates the entry
(balance-sheet lines only, dated on a fiscal-period boundary), flips the
source_type, and writes an audit row — no blanket data sweep.
- POST /api/reconciliation/bank/mark-opening-balance + MarkOpeningBalanceSchema.
- BankReconciliationView action to trigger it from the IB diff.
The gnubok_create_voucher executor now accepts a typed is_opening_balance flag
and derives source_type='opening_balance' only after validating class 1/2 lines
on the period start, so new IBs land correctly typed.
Covered by lib/reconciliation auto-reconcile tests, voucher-executors tests,
and a mark-entry-as-opening-balance pg-real test.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* chore: rebrand gnubok → Accounted and prune swarm agent skills
Product rebrand and skills housekeeping. No runtime behaviour change.
Rebrand: replace user-visible "gnubok" with "Accounted" across docs, READMEs,
in-code comments, doc-site content, MCP skill/resource prose, and the
gnubok-mcp package description. The MCP resource URI scheme is moved gnubok://
→ Accounted:// consistently across resource registrations, the event-type
comment, and the resource/skill tests. Deliberately preserved as stable
identifiers (NOT rebranded): the gnubok-company-id cookie, gnubok_sk_ / gnubok_inv_
token prefixes, the gnubok-mcp npm bridge name, and the AGI <gem:Programnamn>
value (kept 'gnubok' per its source comment — it is the software identifier sent
to Skatteverket and must not churn across visual rebrands).
Skills: remove the 27 swarm-* agent SKILL.md atoms (no longer used; already
absent from the agent_atom_registry in prod), refresh the remaining skill docs,
add the .claude/rules/ path-scoped rule set, and regenerate the
seed_agent_atom_bodies migration + .skill-body-manifest.json via
`npm run skills:generate` so the DB-backed skill bodies match the trimmed set.

feat(reports, settings): report library + focused report routes, settings modal (#629)
* feat(reports, settings): report library + focused report routes, settings modal Reports - Replace the monolithic /reports tab-switcher with a calm, grouped report library landing (ReportLibrary + RecentReportsShelf) driven by a new lib/reports/catalog.ts. - Each report opens a focused /reports/[slug] route (FocusedReport) with a shared fiscal-year selector, optional date-range, and URL-based account drill-down into the general ledger. - Extract every report view into components/reports/views, add a reusable ReportExportMenu, and remove the old ReportsNav. Settings - Add an intercepting @settingsModal parallel route so in-app navigation to /settings opens as a modal over the current page; hard loads still resolve to the full page. - Share one SettingsShell (rail + content) between page and modal, extract each section into components/settings/sections/*Content, add a settings hotkey and command-palette entry, and remove the old SettingsSidebar. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports, settings): remove dead salary-journal entry, fix border token Addresses PR review feedback (#629): - Remove the unreachable `salary-journal` report from the catalog. It had needsEmployees + no route + no FocusedView handler and `hasEmployees` was never plumbed through, so it never appeared in the library and a direct /reports/salary-journal URL rendered a blank frame. The report was never on the old page and has no view component; the API + generator stay in place for a proper follow-up. Drops its two now-unused i18n keys. - Replace opacity-suffixed `border-border/8` section dividers with full-opacity `border-border` across the extracted settings section components, per the design system (no opacity-suffixed border tokens on surfaces). fix(reconciliation): secondary-account scoping, dialog clipping, and N:1 matching (#624)
* fix(reconciliation): secondary-account scoping, dialog clipping, and N:1 matching Three follow-ups to per-account bank reconciliation (PR #623): - Secondary same-currency accounts (e.g. a 1931 savings account) double-counted the company's unassigned (NULL cash_account_id) transactions, inflating their bank total and showing a large bogus difference while 1930 still reconciled. Only the primary cash account now claims NULL rows; every other account scopes strictly to its own id. `includeUnassigned` is threaded through all status/run/list call sites from cash_accounts.is_primary. - The "Matcha mot befintlig verifikation" picker's dropdown was absolutely positioned inside the dialog's overflow-y-auto container and got clipped. Add an `inline` mode that renders the candidate list in normal flow; the dialog uses it, the reconciliation view keeps the compact overlay. - N:1 matching: several bank transactions can now settle one verifikat (a salary run paid in multiple transfers, an invoice paid in instalments). New get_account_gl_lines_for_matching RPC surfaces already-matched vouchers with a linked_transaction_count behind a "Visa även matchade verifikationer" toggle; manualLink's 1:1 guard is relaxed (the aggregate difference still catches mis-links). Tests: extended bank-reconciliation unit tests (strict scope + N:1), rewrote the cash_account_id isolation pg test to prove NULL rows land on the primary account only, and added a pg test for the new RPC. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): address PR review — accurate "att matcha mot" count - BankReconciliationView: the "N verifikationer att matcha mot" hint counted glLines (which includes already-matched vouchers when "Visa matchade" is on), overcounting the vouchers that still need a transaction. Use unmatchedGlLines so the label is correct regardless of the toggle (matches the table below). - MatchVerifikationPicker: document that `open` is overlay-only; the setOpen() writes are intentional no-ops in inline mode. fix(reconciliation): surface bank tx + match to existing verifikat, delete UX, DPA links (#623)
* fix(reconciliation): surface bank transactions via robust cash_account_id scoping The per-account reconciliation scoping silently returned zero transactions for companies whose rows were NULL or mis-assigned mid-backfill (e.g. Arcim: 138 transactions, 101 unbooked, yet Bankavstämning showed "0 kr" while the 1930 GL movement and a large difference still displayed). Two causes, both fixed: - scopeTransactionsToAccount used a fragile nested or(...,and(is.null,...)) PostgREST filter. Replace it with a flat, reliable `currency = X AND (cash_account_id = id OR cash_account_id IS NULL)` and share the one implementation with /api/transactions so the status card and the lists can never drift. - The original best-effort backfill only touched NULL rows and an earlier revision mis-assigned cash_account_id (the since-fixed min(uuid) bug), which migrations cannot self-correct. Add an idempotent repair migration that re-seeds the default 1930 account and re-derives cash_account_id (correcting non-NULL mis-assignments) for booked rows and single-account companies. Also localise manualLink's user-facing errors to Swedish. Adds unit coverage for the new filter shape and pg-real coverage for the repair (incl. the Arcim single-account reproduction). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(transactions): match a bank transaction to an existing verifikat Adds a "Matcha mot befintlig verifikation" action to the Transactions inbox so a bank line that is already booked elsewhere (a salary run, a Fortnox/manual voucher, an invoice paid from the invoice page) can be linked to that existing verifikat with no new bokföring — the capability previously lived only in Reports → Bankavstämning. - Extract the searchable MatchVerifikationPicker into a shared client component. - New MatchVoucherDialog: resolves the tx's cash account, fetches candidates ranked server-side by reconciliation confidence, links via /api/reconciliation/bank/link (so the link is undoable in Bankavstämning). - unmatched-entries route gains an optional transaction_id that ranks candidates (ranking stays server-side; the recon lib is not client-safe). - Inbox row's overflow (⋯) menu gains the new action. Also fixes the Bankavstämning view: editing the date no longer auto-reloads (applies on Filtrera / account change only) and Datum till defaults to today. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): actionable Swedish errors when a bank tx cannot be deleted The delete route returned a hardcoded English 409 that getErrorMessage mapped to the misleading generic "En konflikt uppstod. Ladda om sidan...". Return structured bilingual envelopes instead: - TRANSACTION_DELETE_BOOKED (409) for a booked/linked row — steers the user to unlink in Bankavstämning or storna the voucher. - TRANSACTION_DELETE_HAS_AUDIT_TRAIL (409) for the real, common case where an unbooked row carries payment_match_log rows: the cascade hits the audit-immutability trigger (P0001), previously surfaced as a bare 500. Steers the user to match-to-voucher or ignore instead. Updates the DELETE test suite and adds the P0001 case. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(settings): surface DPA and privacy policy links The /dpa page (personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal, GDPR Art. 28) was complete but linked from nowhere. Add a "Sekretess och avtal" card on Inställningar → Konto linking to /privacy and /dpa, and a reciprocal link to the DPA from the privacy policy's sub-processor section. (The DPA already links back to /privacy.) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address PR #623 feedback - unmatched-entries: when transaction_id is supplied but resolves to no row in the caller's company, return an empty candidate list instead of silently falling back to the full unranked list (Compliance Swarm V8.2.1, high). - MatchVoucherDialog: preserve a manually-picked voucher when the candidate list reloads (e.g. "Visa alla datum") instead of discarding it (Greptile P2). - DELETE /api/transactions/[id]: return the 404 as the structured { error: { code, message, message_en } } envelope like the handler's other errors, for a uniform contract (Greptile P2). Test updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): allow editing notes on a committed journal entry Saving a note on a posted verifikation failed with "Committed entries are immutable": enforce_journal_entry_immutability() had no posted→posted path, so a notes-only UPDATE fell through to the final RAISE. `notes` is internal annotation metadata (not verifikation content under BFL 5 kap. / BFNAR 2013:2), so add a narrow carve-out that permits a notes-only change on a committed entry — verified with a whole-row to_jsonb() diff so any other field change still raises, and only when status is unchanged. Period-lock enforcement is unaffected. CREATE OR REPLACE in a new migration (same pattern as 20260428160000_fix_journal_entry_immutability_delete_bypass); the migration-017 protections are extended, never weakened. Covered by a pg-real test asserting a notes edit succeeds while amount/description/account edits still fail. (Already applied to production; committing the file + test for repo consistency.) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): make pre-staged pending operations executor-complete The seeded pending_operations existed only as display previews — approving them failed because commit executors in lib/pending-operations/commit.ts validate required fields on "Godkänn". Seed a backing invoice_inbox_items row and fill the supplier-invoice and categorize params with every field the executors require (inbox_item_id, full items array; real uncategorized transaction_id + category), so the sandbox approval queue is actually approvable end to end. Per-account bank reconciliation + overdue/inbox/privacy fixes (#619)
* feat(reconciliation): scope bank reconciliation per cash account via transactions.cash_account_id A company with two same-currency cash accounts (e.g. checking 1930 + a savings account) saw every SEK transaction on every account, and the status card summed across both — reconciliation filtered transactions by CURRENCY while filtering GL lines by ACCOUNT (issue #604). Bind each bank transaction to the cash_accounts row it settled on: - New nullable transactions.cash_account_id FK (ON DELETE SET NULL — a bank transaction is räkenskapsinformation, BFL 7 kap, and must survive cash-account deletion) + a best-effort 4-pass backfill. - All reconciliation/transaction queries scope to the selected account with a NULL->currency fallback, so legacy/un-backfilled rows never disappear mid-backfill. - ingestTransactions stamps cash_account_id from the batch's settlementAccount; categorize + manualLink resolve and use it. - Bank leg now books to the transaction's actual settlement account via applySettlementAccount (no-op for 1930), so interest/fees on a savings/EUR account reconcile instead of mis-booking to 1930. - manualLink cross-checks the transaction's account and requires a voucher line on the selected account (no silent cross-account links). - BankReconciliationView: quick-book menu for any settlement account, in-flight request abort on account/date switch, 500-row truncation notice, per-account state reset. - pg-real coverage for the FK, all backfill passes, account-scoped query isolation, and cross-company isolation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): stop marking paid invoices and credit notes as overdue update_overdue_supplier_invoices() (the daily pg_cron job) flipped every past-due 'registered'/'approved' row to 'overdue' without looking at the outstanding balance. Credit notes — created 'registered', remaining 0, due today — got flipped the next day, surfacing as "Förfallen" with "kvar att betala 0 kr"; so did any fully-paid invoice left in 'registered'/'approved'. Guard the cron on remaining_amount > 0.005 (the "fully paid" threshold used by the payment/match paths) and is_credit_note = false, and backfill the rows already mis-flagged (credit notes -> 'registered', paid -> 'paid' with paid_at stamped only when missing). pg-real coverage for the guarded function and the one-off backfill. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoice-inbox): refresh dokumentinkorg on realtime row changes The InvoiceInboxWorkspace only refetched on mount and on explicit in-component actions. When an inbox item was resolved out of band — the in-app agent sheet committing a staged create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox / book-direct op, the /pending page approving one, or another tab booking it — none of those paths called fetchItems(), so the booked underlag stayed in "Att göra" until a manual reload (issue #600). Add invoice_inbox_items to the supabase_realtime publication (mirrors the /pending fix in 20260520120100) and subscribe in the workspace, refetching the whole list on any change so derived status/counts/ordering stay authoritative. RLS scopes the channel to the user's company. fetchItems now preserves optimistic upload placeholders so a refetch firing mid-upload can't drop an in-flight row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(privacy): disclose EU AI inference via Amazon Bedrock (eu-north-1) Update the privacy policy and DPA to state that AI inference, when AI features are enabled, runs inside the EU via Amazon Bedrock (eu-north-1, Stockholm) using Anthropic's Claude models — no transfer to a third country, prompts not retained after the call or used for model training. Add AWS as a subprocessor row and refresh the "last updated" dates. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename invoice_inbox_realtime to avoid version collision main's #617 shipped 20260605120000_transactions_original_description.sql — the same version this branch used for the inbox-realtime publication. The Supabase migration tracker keys on the numeric version, not the filename, so the preview branch failed with a duplicate-key error on supabase_migrations.schema_migrations (version 20260605120000 already exists). Rename to the unique version 20260605120500; the body (ALTER PUBLICATION) is order-independent. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): align run guard with status; harden filter interpolation Addresses PR review (greptile + compliance swarm): - The v1 and core bank/run routes rejected an unknown account uniformly, including the default '1930', while the status routes were lenient for '1930'. A company reconciling its primary SEK account without a cash_accounts row got 200 from status but 400 from run. Make run match status: '1930' falls back to currency-only scoping (cashAccountId undefined); non-default unknown accounts are still rejected. Adds a test. - /api/transactions accepts a user-supplied `currency` query param that was interpolated raw into a PostgREST .or() filter. Reject anything that isn't a 3-letter ISO code — RLS already scopes to the company, but an unsanitized value could otherwise malform/widen the filter. Assert currency/cashAccountId shape in scopeTransactionsToAccount as well. - categorize: log (instead of silently swallowing) a cash_accounts settlement-account lookup error, so a fall-back-to-1930 mis-booking is observable in the audit log. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): correct backfill UPDATE..FROM join; idempotent realtime publication Two SQL errors that only surface on real Postgres (CI pg-real + Supabase preview) — the unit suite mocks Supabase, so neither was caught locally. - Backfill pass (a): `UPDATE transactions t ... FROM journal_entry_lines jel JOIN cash_accounts ca ON ca.company_id = t.company_id` referenced the UPDATE target `t` inside the FROM join's ON clause, which Postgres rejects ("invalid reference to FROM-clause entry for table t"). Move the company match to WHERE; the JOIN now relates jel<->ca only. Semantics unchanged. - invoice_inbox_realtime: `ALTER PUBLICATION ... ADD TABLE` is not idempotent (SQLSTATE 42710 if the table is already a member). The earlier version-collision push partially applied it on the Supabase preview branch, so the re-apply errored. Guard with a pg_publication_tables existence check. Both statements validated against a real Postgres: the single-line tx binds, the two-bank-line transfer stays NULL, and the publication add runs twice cleanly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): backfill pass (c) uses array_agg, not min(uuid) Postgres has no min() aggregate for uuid, so pass (c)'s min(id) raised "function min(uuid) does not exist" on apply (CI pg-real + Supabase). The HAVING count(*) = 1 already guarantees one row per group, so (array_agg(id))[1] returns that single id. Validated the full backfill (all four passes) and the overdue migration against a real Postgres: every pass binds / falls through as intended, and the overdue guard + backfill produce the right statuses. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(compliance): add RoPA entry for Amazon Bedrock AI inference (GDPR Art.30) The privacy policy now discloses AI inference (transaction categorization + document/receipt OCR) via Amazon Bedrock as a processing activity, but .compliance/ropa.yaml had no matching Art.30 record. Add it: opt-in consent basis, EU-region (eu-north-1) inference with no third-country transfer, prompts not retained or used for model training. Mirrors the privacy-page disclosure shipped in this PR. Mcp/template data feedback (#617)
* fix(booking-templates): scope template list to the active company GET /api/settings/booking-templates relied solely on the btl_select RLS policy, which is membership-wide (user_company_ids) and returns templates from every company the user belongs to. A user who owns multiple companies saw all their templates merged regardless of which company was active. Narrow the list in the API layer (mirroring counterparty-templates) to system + the active company + the active company's team. RLS stays the security backstop; this fixes the cross-company merge within a single user's own view (it was never a cross-tenant data leak). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): show proper message for duplicate bank file upload The bank file import page mis-parsed the structured error envelope ({ error: { code, message, details } }), so a BANK_FILE_DUPLICATE (409) fell through to the generic "Kunde inte läsa filen" fallback. The upload step also hardcoded that same string as the error heading, so duplicates were doubly misreported as parse failures. - Parse the structured envelope by error.code; surface error.message for all codes instead of rendering the error object. - Add a dedicated BANK_FILE_DUPLICATE message using the importedAt / importedCount details the route already returns. - Add an optional errorTitle prop to BankFileUploadStep (defaults to the previous text) and pass "Filen är redan importerad" for dupes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tests): add comprehensive tests for recordateEntry, inbox-linking, and external-id handling - Implemented unit tests for recordateEntry in the bookkeeping module to validate various scenarios including date changes, non-posted entries, and fiscal period restrictions. - Created tests for inbox-linking status in pending operations to ensure correct handling of invoice inbox items and supplier invoices, addressing historical bugs related to status updates. - Added tests for external-id utilities to ensure consistent handling of monetary amounts and deduplication keys across different transaction sources. - Introduced new functions in external-id.ts for stable external ID generation and normalization of imported descriptions, enhancing transaction deduplication reliability. feat(migrations): add new database migrations for transaction handling - Created migration to exclude storno and correction vouchers from unmatched GL lines, ensuring accurate reconciliation. - Added a migration to preserve original bank transaction descriptions in a new immutable column, allowing for user edits while maintaining audit trails and deduplication integrity. * feat(migrations): add function to exclude storno/correction vouchers from unmatched GL lines * feat(transactions): enhance transaction handling with improved description normalization and preloaded original entries --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/m sprint fixes (#613)
* fix(dashboard): exclude ignored and already-triaged transactions from stale count The "Gamla transaktioner" widget counted transactions that had been ignored or already marked as is_business=true but not yet booked, so users saw a nag for a row they had already dealt with — and the /transactions inbox correctly hid it. Align the count with the inbox criterion (is_business IS NULL, is_ignored = false) so the widget clears when the row leaves the inbox. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): read entity_type from settings response wrapper The transactions page read entityRes.entity_type directly, but /api/settings returns { data: { entity_type, ... } }. The expression was always undefined, so setEntityType never fired and entityType stayed at its initial 'enskild_firma'. The template picker's entity_type filter then dropped every aktiebolag-tagged user template for AB customers — only entity_type='all' templates made it through. Fix/chrome pdf preview csp (#572)
* feat: add option to exclude year-end closing entries in SIE export and related reports * delete docs * fix: allow Chrome's PDF viewer in verifikat document preview The /api/documents/:id/inline route shipped with `object-src 'none'` in its CSP, which blocked Chrome's built-in PDF viewer (it renders inline PDFs via an internal <embed>). Users on Chrome saw "Det här innehållet har blockerats" when expanding a PDF attachment in the bookkeeping view; Firefox (PDF.js) and Edge (own viewer) were unaffected, and JPGs worked because <img> isn't subject to object-src. Drops the CSP for this route to the minimum needed for embeddability: `frame-ancestors 'self'`. X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff plus the fixed Content-Type from the handler already block MIME confusion; X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN + frame-ancestors still block clickjacking. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(auth): add webmail deep link to email confirmation screens Mirrors Stripe's signup UX: after asking the user to verify their email, detect their webmail provider from the domain and show a button that opens the inbox in a new tab. Gmail gets a from:<sender> search pre-populated; Outlook/Yahoo/iCloud/Proton open the inbox directly. Unknown / custom domains fall back to the existing copy. Sender address is configurable via NEXT_PUBLIC_BRANDING_AUTH_EMAIL_FROM (default noreply@gnubok.se) so white-label installs can match their Supabase Auth SMTP config. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): unblock first-time password set for BankID users with MFA Supabase rejects updateUser({password}) and mfa.unenroll with "AAL2 session is required" whenever a TOTP factor is enrolled. BankID magic-link logins produce AAL1, and middleware skips MFA enforcement for bankid_linked users, so they had no path to AAL2 — leaving them unable to set a backup password or disable MFA without going through the email-recovery escape hatch. - /api/account/password: branch on app_metadata.has_password. First-time set writes via service.auth.admin.updateUserById (no existing credential to protect, AAL2 guard does not apply). Change-password keeps the user-session updateUser so AAL2 still fires for credential rotation. - /mfa/verify: accept a safeReturnTo query param and route there after successful verify, so step-up flows can land back where they came from. - SecuritySettings: detect the AAL2 error from both change-password and mfa.unenroll and redirect through /mfa/verify?returnTo=/settings/account instead of toasting a dead-end error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add tests and rounding utility for öre precision in bokslut calculations - Implemented `roundOre` function for rounding SEK amounts to two decimal places, ensuring consistent monetary calculations. - Introduced `ORE_TOLERANCE` constant for comparing rounded amounts, facilitating invariant checks in financial entries. - Created comprehensive tests for `roundOre`, covering typical cases, edge cases, and idempotency. - Added year-end invariants tests to verify database-level guarantees for closing entries, ensuring they balance to the öre and reject discrepancies. - Developed end-to-end tests for the dispositions chain, validating the correctness of calculations across various scenarios. * fix: update PDF rendering to remove Swish QR code generation and set default to disable Swish visibility * fix: enhance security by rejecting data URIs in safeReturnTo function tests * fix: improve rounding logic in roundOre function and add customer_type migration * fix: add customer_type column to customers and enforce CHECK constraint --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(reconciliation): exclude opening balance from unmatched-1930 set (#443) (#485)
* fix(reconciliation): exclude opening balance from unmatched-1930 set (#443) Reconciliation incorrectly counted IB (source_type='opening_balance') vouchers on 1930 as unmatched bank transactions and included them in the GL period total. Result: an SIE-imported book always showed a phantom unmatched voucher and a difference equal to the IB amount, even when every real bank transaction was matched. This was the root of the "reconciliation says broken but numbers look right" complaint. The fix is two-sided: - get_unlinked_1930_lines RPC now skips source_type='opening_balance' rows. IB has no counterpart in the bank feed by definition. - getReconciliationStatus splits glOpeningBalance out of the period movement and computes difference = bankTotal − glPeriodMovement (was bankTotal − glBalance). gl_1930_balance is preserved unchanged for back-compat; new gl_1930_period_movement and gl_1930_opening_balance fields let the UI show both perspectives. - BankReconciliationView shows period movement vs bank in the diff and folds IB into a small caption ("Ingående balans … räknas inte i avstämningen") only when non-zero. Mirrors Fortnox's "Ingående saldo vid avstämningsstart" pattern — IB is verified separately, never surfaced as unmatched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): use IS DISTINCT FROM for NULL-safe source_type filter `source_type <> 'opening_balance'` evaluates to NULL (not TRUE) when `source_type IS NULL` under SQL three-valued logic. journal_entries.source_type is NOT NULL today so the practical difference is zero, but if that constraint is ever relaxed `<>` would silently drop NULL rows from the unmatched-1930 set, making them invisible to reconciliation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(test): use valid source_type 'bank_transaction' in pg-real fixture CI pg-real failed because 'bank_import' is not in the journal_entries source_type CHECK constraint. The valid value for bank-imported transactions is 'bank_transaction' (per migration 20260513170001 + earlier). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(reconciliation): deprecate gl_1930_balance on ReconciliationStatus Mark the IB-inclusive balance field as @deprecated on both the server-side ReconciliationStatus interface and the component-side mirror. Downstream consumers that read this field expecting it to drive the diff will be off by the IB amount whenever a SIE-imported opening balance exists on 1930. The new gl_1930_period_movement field is the correct basis for the diff and is what the difference field is computed against. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(reconciliation): tighten review feedback on PR #485 Three tweaks from the Swedish-accounting bot review: 1. Drop the gl_1930_period_movement ?? gl_1930_balance fallback in BankReconciliationView. gnubok has no persisted reconciliation snapshots and Vercel deploys atomically, so the old-server/new-client case can't occur — the fallback was defensive code for an impossible state. Per CLAUDE.md: don't add back-compat shims when you can just change the code. gl_1930_period_movement and gl_1930_opening_balance are now required on the type. 2. Clarify in the migration comment that source_type='opening_balance' is reserved for the fiscal-year IB voucher (always at period_start). The bot questioned whether the unconditional filter could hide a mid-year corrective IB entry; document the invariant — mid-year corrections use source_type='correction' or 'manual', never 'opening_balance'. 3. Test fixture 2099 → 2091. 2099 is årets resultat (current year); 2091 is balanserad vinst/förlust, the realistic counterpart for a carried-forward bank IB. RPC filters on 1930 only so this is cosmetic but matches what a real SIE import would produce. * feat(api): implement commit functionality for journal entries * fix(extensions): make ExtensionSettings.clear() a real delete so disconnect flows work The 2026-03-30 multi-tenant refactor dropped all RLS policies on extension_data and recreated only SELECT/INSERT/UPDATE. Combined with `value jsonb NOT NULL`, every extension that called `settings.set(key, null)` to clear stored state (cloud-backup disconnect, skatteverket OAuth/AGI cleanup, arcim-migration consent reset) silently failed — the upsert hit the NOT NULL constraint and the error was swallowed, leaving users stuck with stale connection rows. Adds an `extension_data_delete` RLS policy, a `clear(key)` method backed by a real DELETE, switches the four affected handlers, and makes `set()` throw on Supabase error so this class of silent failure can't recur. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(journal-entries): add draft saving functionality to journal entry form * feat: add periodisk sammanställning report generation and CSV export - Implemented period date helpers in `period-dates.ts` for calculating start and end dates based on period type (monthly, quarterly, yearly). - Created `periodisk-sammanstallning.ts` to generate the periodisk sammanställning report, including data fetching, validation, and warning handling. - Developed CSV serializer in `periodisk-sammanstallning-csv.ts` for exporting the report in SKV574008 format. - Added new columns to `company_settings` for storing periodisk sammanställning settings and tax contact information via migration. - Introduced a new migration to add a `paid_with_private_funds` flag to `supplier_invoices` for tracking out-of-pocket expenses. - Updated journal entries to include the new source type for privately paid supplier invoices. * feat(migrations): add paid_with_private_funds flag to supplier_invoices and expand journal_entries.source_type CHECK * fix(ai_requests): drop existing policies and trigger before creating new ones * fix(migrations): ensure extension_data has a proper DELETE policy for ExtensionSettings.clear() * fix(supplier-invoices): update error handling for invalid input in POST request * fix: correct capitalization in project title * fix(migrations): resolve duplicate version 20260513120000 Two migrations shared the same timestamp prefix, causing schema_migrations_pkey collision on Supabase preview branches. Bump extension_data_delete_policy to 20260513120001. Bug/momsdek overflow (#465)
* feat(settings): add option for company name position in invoice PDF * feat(migrations): add backfill for VAT account labels to correct bad seed data * feat(migrations): add backfill for VAT account labels to correct bad seed data * fix(ui): improve accessibility for company name position toggle in PDF settings * fix(bookkeeping): align BAS 2026 reference data with official PDF Reconciled lib/bookkeeping/bas-data/ against the BAS 2026 v1.1 official chart (1286 accounts). All real discrepancies fixed: - 2089 Fond för utvecklingsutgifter: k2_excluded → true - 8417 Räntekostnader för dold räntekompensation: k2_excluded → true - 1250, 1260 renamed to "(Fritt konto för Inventarier, verktyg och installationer)" — BAS 2026 freed these slots - Periodiseringsfond 2120-2139: added year suffixes (2120 = "...2020" etc.) and added 8 missing accounts (2121-2127, 2129) for years 2019, 2021-2027. Dropped phantom 2022/2024 prior-parser garbage. - 4075-4078: EUland → EU-land - 8411: förlagsoch → förlags- och Verified: 1282 of 1286 PDF accounts match exactly after edits (remaining 4 are PDF-parser artifacts, not real data). Build clean. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(migrations): backfill BAS 2026 account labels in chart_of_accounts Companion to the TS reference fix. Updates existing companies' rows where they still carry seed-data typos or generic names that don't match BAS 2026: - 4075-4078: EUland → EU-land (hyphenation) - 8411: förlagsoch → förlags- och (hyphenation) - 2120, 2130-2137, 2139: rename "Periodiseringsfond" (generic, no year) to the BAS 2026 canonical name with year suffix Defensive: every WHERE clause matches an EXACT current value. Rows that have been manually renamed by users — including those with a wrong year that may reference legacy fonds from an earlier BAS numbering cycle — are left untouched. No row is deleted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(migrations): fix wrong-year labels on Periodiseringsfond accounts Follow-up to 20260513140000. The first backfill only renamed accounts whose name was the generic "Periodiseringsfond" (no year). Many customers were seeded from an older BAS numbering cycle where 2126 = "2016", 2127 = "2017", etc. — BAS 2026 reuses those account numbers for years 2026/2027. This migration aligns the year tag with the BAS 2026 meaning of each account number across 2120-2127, 2129, 2130-2137, 2139. Only rows whose name still starts with "Periodiseringsfond" are touched — customers who renamed the account to something custom keep their name. Verified on staging: all 18 accounts now carry BAS 2026 canonical names. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(data): update account names and descriptions for clarity and consistency * fix(migrations): backfill account names for BAS 2026 freed accounts and refine Periodiseringsfond name matching * feat: enhance VAT handling with reverse charge logic and supplier type support * feat: implement VAT declaration validation rules and enhance moms box mapping --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Bug/momsdeklaration skv (#449)
* fix(salary): show birthdate in masked personnummer, hide the 4-digit suffix Flip the personnummer display format from XXXXXXXX-NNNN to YYYYMMDD-XXXX so the sensitive 4-digit suffix is hidden while the (public) birthdate stays visible. Affects the employees list/detail, salary run, payslip PDF, payslip email, and the MCP server tools (list_employees, get_salary_run). Each call site now decrypts the stored personnummer before masking. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): allow deleting unbooked transactions from "Alla transaktioner" The history list only let users delete via the inbox card; once a category or mall was picked but the verifikation hadn't been created, the row showed "Ej bokförd" with no way to remove it. The API already permits delete while journal_entry_id is null, so the gap was purely a missing UI affordance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(vat): populate ruta 20-24 for reverse charge + dishonest "Validera OK" Three connected issues caused Skatteverket to reject momsdeklarationer with FK004 even after our local "Validera"-knapp returned OK. 1. supplier-invoice-entries booked fiktiv moms (2614/2624/2634 + 2645/2647) on reverse-charge invoices but never the underlying basbelopp on 44xx/45xx. Ruta 30-32 filled up at SKV while ruta 20-24 stayed at 0 — SKV's FK004 ("silent netting prohibited", ML 13 kap kräver båda sidor). Fix: generateReverseChargeBasisLines in vat-entries.ts emits parallel 45xx/44xx debit + 4598 motkonto credit per rate group. Engine calls it from registration, cash, and credit-note paths. Skipped when the user booked the expense directly on a basis account to avoid double-counting. 4598 added to BAS reference (no migration needed; account_number is plain text on journal_entry_lines). 2. rutorToMomsuppgift rounded each ruta independently but computed summaMoms from the unrounded ruta49. SKV recomputes the sum from integer rutor on their side, so fractional öres caused ±1 SEK drift and SKV rejected with FK009. Fix: derive summaMoms from the already-rounded VAT-amount rutor. 3. "Validera"-knappen only confirmed SKV's internal arithmetic — a declaration with ruta 30-32 populated and ruta 20-24 empty validated fine until /utkast hit FK004. Users got a false green light. Fix: vat-declaration-checks.ts runs locally before the SKV call, blocks Validera/Spara when ERROR-level findings exist, and surfaces them in a separate "Lokala kontroller"-section. Success message reworded so SKV's OK is no longer presented as filing-ready. Tests: 4535/4536/4531/4425 lines + 4598 motkonto on EU/non-EU/byggtjänster RC, credit-note reversal, fractional-öres summaMoms, all four pre-flight codes (RC_BASIS_MISSING, RC_OUTPUT_MISSING, RC_INPUT_VAT_MISMATCH, SUMMA_MOMS_DRIFT). Backfill for already-posted entries follows in the next commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add skattekonto matching functionality - Enhance TransactionInboxCard to display a warning for potential 1930↔1630 transfers. - Implement match suggestions for skattekonto transactions in the backend. - Create SkattekontoMatchDialog component for linking skattekonto rows to existing journal entries. - Develop SkattekontoInboxCard component to handle skattekonto transactions in the inbox. - Introduce skattekonto-match utility functions for candidate matching and linking. - Update types to include match suggestions and enriched transaction responses. * refactor: reorganize skattekonto types and implement bank counterpart matching logic * docs: update CLAUDE.md to streamline integrations and clarify architecture details * refactor: enhance reverse charge logic to handle non-basis accounts and prevent double-counting --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

refactor(ui): app-wide UI/UX consistency pass (#436)
* refactor(ui): app-wide UI/UX consistency pass
Net: +1,159 / −1,373 LOC across 77 files. No new features, no behavior
changes. Locks in a uniform design system across every dashboard surface.
What changed:
- **Foundation**: sidebar width 232→256px (md:w-64), spacing scale locked
(Tailwind 1/2/3/4/6/8/10/12; 2.5/5 forbidden), card padding p-6 default
(p-4 for compact metric cards), space-y-8 between page sections.
- **Tables unified**: all 33 thead blocks now share the Resultatrapport
pattern via shadcn Table primitive (text-[11px] font-medium uppercase
tracking-wider text-muted-foreground). Hand-rolled <table> instances
converted where they were data tables; form/edit grids kept distinct.
- **Status badges unified**: every status indicator routes through
shadcn <Badge variant>. Eliminated raw Tailwind colors
(bg-amber-100, bg-emerald-500/10, bg-blue-100, bg-purple-100, etc.)
in favor of the gnubok semantic palette (success=sage, warning=ochre,
destructive=terracotta).
- **Empty states unified**: list pages migrated from hand-rolled
"flex flex-col items-center py-12" divs to the EmptyState primitive.
- **Loading skeletons unified**: hand-rolled bg-muted rounded animate-pulse
divs replaced with shadcn <Skeleton> across 15 files.
- **Touch targets**: 6 back-buttons + edit-pencil + inbox delete bumped
from 24/32/36px to shadcn's 40px icon default. Added aria-labels on
9 icon-only navigation buttons.
- **Date formatting**: formatDate() for accounting data (ISO yyyy-MM-dd,
table-friendly) vs formatDateLong() for metadata (Swedish long form).
Raw {x.invoice_date} renderings routed through formatDate() in 18 sites.
- **Toast titles**: eliminated 33 generic "Fel" titles. Each toast title
now carries the action ("Kunde inte skapa lönekörning" etc.) with
description carrying the error detail.
- **Page-level cleanups**:
- Dashboard: dropped greeting hero + Snabbåtgärder/Att hantera nav
duplicates + Visa detaljer collapsible.
- Reports: 5-col mega-menu replaced with left-rail layout
(new ReportsNav component).
- Bookkeeping: fixed layout jump between Verifikationer/Ny verifikation
tabs (moved FiscalYearSelector inside journal tab).
- Bookkeeping: added voucher sort (A1 first / latest first) alongside
existing date sort. Required matching API param sort_by.
- KPI page: FiscalYearSelector instead of raw <select>; InfoTooltip
instead of inline info-button toggle; bigger numbers.
- Salary section: enum values translated to Swedish labels, mobile
table collapses to Anställd+Netto on <md, KPI typography aligned
with dashboard.
- Invoice forms: styled RequiredMark + aria-required, tabular-nums
on amount inputs.
- **CLAUDE.md**: new "Design System Tokens" subsection documents the
locked spacing scale, primitives table, typography rules, date helpers,
and forbidden patterns so future contributors don't drift.
Tests: 2,906 passing (unchanged). Lint: unchanged from main baseline.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix: address PR review feedback (Greptile + compliance bot)
- **formatDate / formatDateLong timezone fix**: switch from new Date() to
parseISO. Bare yyyy-MM-dd strings are now parsed as local midnight rather
than UTC midnight, eliminating the off-by-one display in west-of-UTC
timezones flagged by Greptile.
- **DashboardContentProps cleanup**: removed unused firstName and settings
fields from the interface, and the corresponding fetch (profiles table)
+ computation in app/(dashboard)/page.tsx. The greeting was dropped in
the dashboard cleanup; these props were dead weight.
- **Voucher sort behavior documented**: extended the comment in the journal
entries API route to explain why voucher sort intentionally uses strict
fiscal_period_id filtering (BFL 5 kap 6–7 §§ — voucher numbers are
series-scoped within a fiscal year). The row-count delta between date
sort and voucher sort is now a documented design choice.
- **delete_last_voucher migration + draft-delete test included**: the UI
already shipped the "Radera utkast" path in the previous commit; this
pulls in the backing RPC migration that allows draft deletes (with the
full safety logic — drafts skip series/period checks since they have
voucher_number=0, posted entries go through the existing unchanged
path). This was originally meant for a separate PR but the UI shipped
half the feature without it.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* chore(migration): rename to match applied version
The function delete_last_voucher is already applied to the production DB
under version 20260509103736 (verified via pg_get_functiondef — exact
byte-for-byte match to file content). The previous file timestamp
20260509120000 would cause a fresh `supabase db push` to attempt re-applying
under a different version row. Renaming the file aligns local tracking
with what the database actually has.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix: address compliance bot findings (payroll label + VAT visibility)
- sick_karens label: drop "(första sjukdagen)" qualifier. Per sjuklönelagen
6 §, karensavdrag is a single calculated amount (20% of one week's
sjuklön) deducted from the first sick day's pay — not bounded to the
first day. The qualifier could mislead users when the first sick day
and return-to-work span a weekend. Swedish-payroll bot recommendation.
- Omvänd skattskyldighet badge: variant outline → warning. The reverse-
charge indicator is compliance-critical (ML 16 kap) — missing it leads
to incorrect input VAT deduction. Outline was too subtle; warning's
ochre fill matches its semantic weight.

fix(reports): convert FX to SEK in supplier/AR ledger reconciliation (#396)
* fix(reports): convert FX to SEK in supplier/AR ledger reconciliation The supplier and AR ledger reports were summing remaining_amount directly without converting foreign-currency invoices, so a EUR/USD invoice would land in the aging total at face value while the corresponding 2440 / 1510 GL line was already posted in SEK. This produced false reconciliation discrepancies (e.g. 496,25 kr ledger vs 952,50 kr GL with four EUR/USD invoices). Apply resolveSekAmount(remaining, null, currency, exchange_rate) in supplier-ledger, supplier-reconciliation, ar-ledger, and ar-reconciliation. Per-invoice detail rows on the AR ledger keep the original currency for display; only aging buckets and totals become SEK. Adds mixed-currency test cases to all four files. Also bundles unrelated WIP from the working tree: - bank-reconciliation: log the swallowed catch error and drop the fallback path for the deleted get_unlinked_bank_lines RPC, using get_unlinked_1930_lines directly. - new GET /api/transactions list endpoint with unmatched/reconciled/ currency/date filters and full route tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): address PR #396 review findings Compliance and Greptile review identified four issues; all four are addressed here. - Reconciliation: surface unconverted_fx_count on ReconciliationResult and ARReconciliationResult. When > 0 the difference field may be a data gap (FX invoice with no exchange_rate) rather than a true reconciliation break. UI now renders a Swedish caveat below the Avstämd / Ej avstämd badge so users understand the cause. New tests assert the count is set on legacy FX rows. - Reconciliation: document the invoice-date-rate assumption explicitly in the JSDoc of both reconciliation generators. Per ML 8 kap 21–23 §, the report uses each invoice's stored exchange_rate; partial payments settled at a different rate produce a delta correctly booked to 3960/7960 as valutakursvinst/-förlust, but the GL will diverge from the report by that amount until a subledger-derived total is wired up (deferred follow-up). - fetchUnlinkedGLLines: drop the misleading bankAccount parameter. It was advertised as configurable but the function silently returned [] for any value other than '1930'. Now the signature is honest: 1930-only until proper multi-account support is built. - /api/transactions: query MAX_ROWS+1 rows so the response can include has_more and limit fields. Callers can now detect truncation, which matters once a company crosses 500 unmatched transactions in the selected range. New test asserts has_more=true when 501 rows are returned by the DB and the response is sliced to MAX_ROWS. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): address PR #396 round-2 compliance review Compliance bot v2 review surfaced four findings on the previous commit; three are addressed here. The fourth (an fx_rate_diff_amount indicator distinguishing real reconciliation breaks from correctly-booked valutakursvinst/-förlust) requires a subledger-derived total against 3960/7960 — already documented as a deferred follow-up in the JSDoc. Changes: - Exclude unconvertible FX rows from SEK sums. resolveSekAmount's null-rate fallback returned the raw foreign amount, so a 100 EUR invoice with no rate was being added to a SEK total as if it were 100 SEK. All four generators (supplier-ledger, supplier-reconciliation, ar-ledger, ar-reconciliation) now skip rows where currency != SEK and exchange_rate is missing/zero, and count them in unconverted_fx_count. - Surface unconverted_fx_count on SupplierLedgerReport / ARLedgerReport (not just the reconciliation result). UI shows a Swedish caption beneath the "Totalt utestående" card whenever the count is positive, so users see the warning even if they don't enable the reconciliation panel. - Add outstanding_sek: number | null to ARInvoiceDetail. The per-invoice detail row keeps `outstanding` in invoice currency for display, but now also exposes the converted SEK value (or null when unconvertible). Defensive against future callers that sum across customers — they should use outstanding_sek to avoid mixing currencies (a real momsdeklaration foot-gun otherwise). - Add a 1930-only notice to BankReconciliationView. The reconciliation is scoped to account 1930; users with Plusgiro 1920, kreditkort 1940, or valutakonton now see a Swedish caption explaining those are reconciled separately. Tests: - supplier-ledger: previous "falls back to original amount" case flipped to assert the row is excluded and counted; assertion that the legacy supplier disappears from the list when their only row is unconvertible. - supplier-reconciliation: previous "1 100 ledger vs 1 000 GL" case flipped to assert ledger=1 000 and is_reconciled=true with unconverted_fx_count=1. - ar-reconciliation: same pattern. - ar-ledger: existing FX-mix test extended to assert outstanding_sek on each detail row; new test covering the null-rate exclusion path asserts the detail row is still pushed (with outstanding_sek=null) but excluded from buckets and the grand total. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): address PR #396 round-3 compliance review Compliance bot v3 surfaced four findings on the previous commit; two are addressed here, two are deliberately skipped (rationale in JSDoc / this message). Addressed: - is_reconciled now returns false whenever unconverted_fx_count > 0, even if the numeric difference is zero. Per BFL 5 kap, the reconciliation must cover all affärshändelser; if a row was excluded for a missing exchange rate, the calculation is incomplete by construction and the period cannot honestly be stamped Avstämd. The fix is for the user to fill in the missing rate, not for the system to claim balance on partial data. - AR reconciliation now sums account 1510 + 1513 in the GL balance comparison. Forward-looking defense for ROT/RUT fakturamodellen invoices that split AR receivables across the customer portion (1510) and the Skatteverket claim (1513). Today no production code posts to 1513 so the value is unchanged in practice; once fakturamodellen invoicing is added, the reconciliation will continue to balance without requiring another fix. UI label updated to "Kundfordringar (1510 + 1513) saldo" so the inclusion is visible. Field name and shape are unchanged for back-compat with the supplier-side parallel. Skipped: - "Block is_reconciled=true when any FX invoice exists in an open period" — overly aggressive; would block reconciliation for any FX-using company even when their books are correctly matched. The proper solution is the deferred subledger-derived total against 3960/7960 (already documented in JSDoc on both reconciliation generators), which can compute the *expected* FX rate difference and either subtract it from `difference` or expose it as `fx_rate_difference`. Not in scope for this PR. - Plusgiro 1920 wording in BankReconciliationView — bot itself marked this "not a hard finding". The 1920 reference is accurate per BAS 2026. Tests: - supplier-reconciliation: existing v3 exclusion test updated — asserts is_reconciled=false despite numbers matching, with comment explaining BFL rationale. - ar-reconciliation: same update + new test covering the 1510 + 1513 sum (1 200 on 1510, 300 on 1513, ledger total 1 500 → reconciled). feat(skatteverket): production-ready momsdeklaration submission (#380)
* feat(skatteverket): production-ready momsdeklaration submission
Brings the Skatteverket extension up to a state where it can ship moms
declaration submission to Vercel production. Verified end-to-end against
SKV's Komplett testtjänst — all 8 momsdeklaration operations tested
(kontrollera, spara/hämta/radera utkast, lås/lås upp, hämta inlämnade,
hämta beslutade) plus signing-link return.
Bundles three coherent changes:
1. Skatteverket extension (the main work)
- extensions.config.json: enable `skatteverket`, drop `invoice-inbox`
and `ai-agent` (those were enabled in config but lacked AWS env vars
in prod, so they loaded but failed at runtime)
- lib/reports/vat-declaration.ts: extend ACCOUNT_RUTA to populate
Ruta 06 (uttag 3401–3403), Ruta 20–24 (reverse-charge bases from
4xxx cost accounts), Ruta 50 (import 4545–4547), and Ruta 42
(3404/3994/3980); delete the supplier-type heuristic that made
Ruta 20 and Ruta 23 always 0
- extensions/general/skatteverket/lib/token-store.ts: work around
three real prod schema-drift issues — wrong column on read/delete
(was `company_id`, schema only has `user_id`), missing
UNIQUE(user_id) constraint that makes UPSERT fail (switched to
DELETE+INSERT), missing RLS policies (switched to service-role
client). Refresh path now reuses existing row's company_id when
none is passed.
- extensions/general/skatteverket/index.ts: 9 sites switched from
ctx.companyId to ctx.userId for the token-store key; pass
companyId from the OAuth callback
- extensions/general/skatteverket/types.ts + components/reports/
SkatteverketPanel.tsx: align field names with v1.0.24 RAML
(signeringsLank/kontrollResultat/resultat/kod/status/beskrivning).
Without this, the signing link never displayed.
- SkatteverketPanel: add Lås upp + Radera utkast + Hämta utkast +
Hämta beslut buttons so the full lifecycle is reachable from the UI
- lib/reports/__tests__/vat-declaration.test.ts: rewritten to match
the refactored calculator; new fixtures for cost-account-based
reverse charge (Ruta 20/21/22/23/24), Ruta 50 import, Ruta 06
uttag, Ruta 42 expansion; SKV §4.1.1.4 cross-field contract checks
- supabase/migrations/20260428120000_skatteverket_tokens_user_id_unique.sql:
idempotently adds the missing UNIQUE(user_id) constraint
- scripts/*: dev-only helpers used during the prod-of-test
verification (create test company, seed VAT data, inspect token
state, etc.)
2. Journal-entries cancelled-status filter
- app/api/bookkeeping/journal-entries/route.ts: when no status filter
is supplied, exclude `cancelled` entries by default
- supabase/migrations/20260428153500_journal_entries_with_related_exclude_statuses.sql
3. Swedish e-invoicing skill (reference docs only — no runtime code)
- .claude/skills/swedish-e-invoicing/
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(skatteverket): address PR review findings
- panel: handleFetchDraft read `result.data?.last` (typo) — switched to
`result.data?.locked` to match the field defined in
SkatteverketUtkastResponse and the v1.0.24 RAML. The "(låst)" suffix on
the success message would silently never appear before this fix.
- api-client: getValidToken had no concurrency guard, so two parallel
SKV requests from the same user could both call /token with the same
refresh_token. SKV rotates the refresh_token on first use, so the
second call would 401 with REFRESH_EXHAUSTED-adjacent failures. With
the new 6-button UI on SkatteverketPanel, rapid clicks made this a
realistic trigger. Added an in-process Promise map keyed on userId
that coalesces concurrent refresh attempts; cross-process races are
mitigated by re-reading tokens inside the critical section before
calling refreshAccessToken (if another process refreshed already, we
use the newer token instead of burning the old refresh_token).
- migration 20260428120000: dedup query used `created_at < max(...)`,
which failed to remove duplicates inserted in the same second. The
subsequent ALTER TABLE … ADD CONSTRAINT would then abort. Switched
to ctid (Postgres physical row identifier) to break timestamp ties.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(skatteverket): throw on token-store SELECT error before destructive DELETE
The company_id pre-read in storeTokens used destructuring that discarded
the error field. If the service-role SELECT failed for any reason (network
blip, overloaded DB, transient permissions issue), `existing` became null,
`resolvedCompanyId` stayed undefined, and execution fell through to the
DELETE. The old row got deleted successfully, then the INSERT omitted
company_id and failed with the NOT NULL constraint violation — leaving
the user with no token row at all and forcing a fresh BankID handshake.
Now we capture the SELECT error and throw before the DELETE runs.

feat: INK2 declaration improvements, invoice delivery date & Swedish compliance skills (#204)
* feat: add INK2 declaration improvements, invoice delivery date, and Swedish compliance skills Expand INK2 engine with full INK2S/INK2R support and improved SRU generation. Add delivery_date field to invoices and corresponding PDF/migration support. Add Claude skills for Swedish asset accounting, invoice compliance, SIE import/export, SRU filing, and tax planning. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address PR review — map BAS 4500–4899, strip CRLF in SRU, document P3 - Map BAS accounts 4500–4599 (legoarbeten), 4700–4899 (diverse varuinköpskostnader) to SRU 7512 so they are not silently dropped from INK2R declarations - Strip \r\n in sanitizeString to prevent CRLF injection in SRU fields - Document P3 period suffix limitation for brutet räkenskapsår Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: correct BAS 4500-4599, 4700-4899 mapping from 7512 to 7511 Per the official BAS-to-SRU mapping, these account ranges are cost of goods (legoarbeten, inkurans, svinn) and belong under 7511 (Råvaror och förnödenheter), not 7512 (Handelsvaror). 7512 remains 4600-4699. feat: counterparty templates, Skatteverket extension, complete VAT form (#117)
* feat: separate AR/AP/accounting into distinct nav groups (#92) Split the flat "Finans" sidebar group into three visually distinct sections — Försäljning (AR), Inköp (AP), and Redovisning — so users coming from Fortnox immediately find customer invoicing and supplier invoices as top-level concepts. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: journal entry detail view, correction chain, and account name display - Add journal entry detail page at /bookkeeping/[id] with full entry view - Add correction chain API and component showing storno relationships - Add JournalEntryStatusBadge component for entry status display - Show debit/credit account names in template picker and review dialogs - Expand client-side BAS account name mapping with additional accounts - Show account codes on transaction inbox suggestion buttons Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address review feedback — N+1 query, duplicate name, nav dedup - Batch reverse-lookup into single query per BFS iteration (was N+1) - Differentiate account 2393 from 2893 in display names - Extract shared loop for desktop/mobile nav group rendering Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: counterparty templates, Skatteverket extension, VAT form completeness, and UI cleanup - Add counterparty-based categorization templates (learned from user approvals and auto-ingestion) with fuzzy matching in the mapping engine - Add Skatteverket extension for direct VAT declaration submission via API - Complete VAT declaration form with all 30 SKV 4700 boxes (ruta 08, 35-42, 50, 60-62) - Fix ruta 49 formula to include import VAT (ruta 60+61+62) - Simplify dashboard UI: remove redundant icons from stat cards, customer cards, invoice list, supplier invoices; use Badge variants consistently - Add SkatteverketPanel component to reports page - Add categorization_templates and skatteverket_tokens migrations - Update tests and helpers for new types Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address PR review feedback — VAT detection, migration timestamps, dedup - Fix detectVatTreatment to derive actual rate (12%/6%) from VAT line description instead of hardcoding standard_25 - Rename skatteverket_tokens migration to 20260324120001 to avoid duplicate timestamp with categorization_templates (fixes Supabase deployment failure) - Make refreshAccessToken accept previousRefreshCount param to enforce refresh limit contract at the type level - Fix rate limiter TOCTOU by claiming slot before await - Extract formatRedovisare/formatRedovisningsperiod to shared lib/skatteverket/format.ts — eliminates duplication between mappers.ts and SkatteverketPanel.tsx Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat: reverse charge VAT (ruta 20-32) + mobile UX improvements (#50)
* fix: include reversed entries in all reports (general ledger, trial balance, VAT, SIE, NE, INK2) Reversed entries (storno) must appear alongside their original posted entries in reports for a complete audit trail. Previously, filtering by status='posted' excluded them, causing discrepancies when corrections had been made. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: semi-manual invoice payment booking with editable journal lines When marking an invoice as paid, users now see a dialog where they can: - Choose which bank/cash account the payment goes to (1910, 1920, 1930, etc.) - Review and edit the proposed journal entry lines before committing - The happy path remains fast — lines are pre-filled correctly Implementation: - Pure proposePaymentLines() function for line computation (accrual + cash) - PaymentBookingDialog with AccountCombobox, balance validation, date picker - API accepts optional custom lines, falls back to auto-generation without them - 18 tests (8 unit + 10 API) all passing Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address Greptile review — validation fallback, balance check, error handling - P1: Return 400 on invalid body instead of silently falling back to auto-generated lines (split JSON parse from schema validation) - P1: Add server-side balance check for custom lines before committing (debit must equal credit, totalDebit > 0) - P2: Wrap PaymentBookingDialog init() in try/catch with toast on failure and auto-close instead of silent empty state - Add 2 new tests: unbalanced lines → 400, invalid schema → 400 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: OAuth callback redirect for local dev and timeout resilience - Pass redirectUri dynamically from NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL so OAuth callbacks work on localhost (not just production) - Encode consentId/provider in OAuth state (base64url JSON) so the callback doesn't depend on session storage - Add skipAuth flag to extension API routes for OAuth callbacks (external provider redirects have no user session cookie) - Wrap AbortError in descriptive timeout messages in arcim-client - Make preview endpoint resilient to partial failures (company info and SIE fetch are individually non-blocking) - Simplify login page (remove unused magic link auth mode) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: create journal entry before marking invoice as paid Move journal entry creation before the invoice status update so that if accounting fails, the invoice is not permanently marked paid without a corresponding entry. Previously the error was silently swallowed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: update mark-paid tests for journal-first ordering Reorder mock queue to match new flow (settings before update), update failure test to expect 500 instead of silent success, add try-catch with proper error response in route handler. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add reverse charge VAT (ruta 20-32) and improve mobile UX across dashboard Add full reverse charge (omvänd skattskyldighet) support to the VAT declaration: - Map accounts 2614/2624/2634 to ruta 30/31/32 for self-assessed output VAT - Calculate purchase bases (ruta 20-24) from supplier invoices by supplier type - Include ruta 30-32 in ruta 49 formula and totalOutputVat summary - Display reverse charge section in reports UI and composition chart - Add comprehensive test coverage for all reverse charge scenarios Improve mobile UX across the app: - Convert nav drawer to bottom sheet with drag handle and safe area padding - Add mobile card layout for PaymentBookingDialog journal lines - Replace settings tab pills with dropdown selector on mobile - Make wizard step indicators responsive (collapsed on mobile) - Ensure all dialog footers stack buttons full-width on mobile - Add 44px minimum touch targets throughout - Make onboarding buttons full-width on mobile Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address Greptile review — indentation, query efficiency, tab dedup - Fix misleading try-block indentation in mark-paid route - Filter reversed entries at DB level (.eq('status', 'posted')) instead of fetching then discarding in memory - Extract shared settingsTabs array so mobile Select and desktop TabsList stay in sync automatically Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |
