MattssonandClaude Fable 5.1 2303f75a7b fix(suppliers): one 10-digit org number key for matching and storage (#2405)
* fix(suppliers): one 10-digit org number key for matching and storage

Why the problem occurred: the supplier register was written in three
spellings (the form asks for XXXXXX-XXXX, the v1 API and the MCP tool stored
whatever the caller sent, the AI extractor emits bare digits) while
matchSupplierByIdentity compared raw strings with .eq(). The canonical rule
existed three times (normalizeOrgNumber, the MCP fuzzy pass's orgNumberKey,
the extractor's toOrg10) and nowhere on the path that decides a match, so
every AI-extracted invoice from a hyphen-registered supplier missed the
strongest key and fell to exact-name matching. Prod holds 1738 hyphenated
rows against 493 bare ones.

What was removed or simplified: orgNumberKey (digits only, 10 kept, last 10
of 12, no Luhn) moves into lib/invariants/org-number.ts and replaces the two
other copies. The matcher scans the company's suppliers with an org_number
and compares keys, the same shape as its vat_number branch, so rows written
before the backfill (and self-hosted instances that never run it) match too.
CreateSupplierSchema, UpdateSupplierSchema and the staged create_supplier
schema store the key; the form renders it through formatOrgNumberDisplay.
A backfill migration strips the formatting from existing rows, skipping
migration-reset source companies.

Why this and not the proposed one: the issue's third layer (CHECK plus a
unique index) would fail to create on prod, which holds 94 duplicate
(company_id, key) groups across 18 companies, one of them 124 rows under a
single placeholder-looking number; that needs a merge decision first and is
filed as #2404. Rejecting anything that is not 10 or 12 digits on write was
also dropped: 68 prod rows carry foreign registration numbers (DK, DE, NL,
FI, GB, IE, US, CZ, IT) in org_number, so Swedish-shaped input is
canonicalised and anything else is stored as typed. Luhn stays lenient on
suppliers because two rows with the same mistyped number are one supplier
and parties is Luhn-strict at promotion already.

* fix(suppliers): key only Swedish-shaped org numbers, search and dedup through the key

Skeptic pass on the previous commit. Three refutations, all confirmed:

1. orgNumberKey took the last 10 of any 12 digits and stripped letters. A
VAT number typed into the org field (SE556012579001, orgnr + 01) keyed to
6012579001, another company's identity, on every write path and in the
backfill; 26 prod rows hold exactly that shape (prefixes 55/52/87). A
Belgian BE0123456789 lost its country letters the same way. The key now
strips only hyphens and spaces and unprefixes 12 digits only behind
16/18/19/20; everything else is null, stored and compared as typed. The
   migration carries the same rule.
2. The supplier list search, the v1 ?search= filter and the list column all
used the raw stored value, so a user searching 556677-88 after the
backfill found nothing. Both searches now compare without separators and
   the column renders XXXXXX-XXXX.
3. Storage was not canonical on every path: the CSV import and the provider
migration orchestrator wrote as typed and keyed their re-sync dedup by
the raw value, so a Fortnox re-sync sending 556677-8899 would have
duplicated the now-bare row. Both write and key through orgNumberKey.

Also: the matcher scans live suppliers only, so a register holding an
archived hyphenated row next to its live replacement resolves to the live
one instead of whichever id sorts first.

* fix(suppliers): review pass: foreign numbers survive display and dedup, stub key canonical

CodeRabbit findings on PR #2405, all verified against the code:

- The supplier list rendered through formatOrgNumber, which strips letters
and would show BE0123456789 as 012345-6789; it now uses
formatOrgNumberDisplay, which leaves anything not Swedish-shaped alone.
- The CSV import dedup fell back to digits-only, so BE0123456789 and
FR0123456789 collided; the fallback is now the value as typed, in both
the parse preview and the execute route.
- The provider migration's supplier-invoice stub map was keyed by the raw
provider value while the stored row was canonical, so 556677-8899 and
5566778899 on two invoices produced two stubs; the key goes through
  orgMapKey like the other maps.
- v1 response examples show the stored 10-digit form; the request example
  keeps the hyphenated input.

a769bc9d03 feat(migration): Björn Lundén activation through Lundify's redirect flow (#2374)
* feat(migration): Björn Lundén activation through Lundify's redirect flow

BL issued our integration activation key on 2026-09-07. With
BJORN_LUNDEN_ACTIVATION_KEY set, the connect step offers "Aktivera i
Lundify": the customer logs in at Lundify, picks the company and accepts
the scopes, and Lundify returns the company's User-Key to our callback as
publicKey with our one-time state echoed as extra. The manual User-Key
field stays as a folded fallback for companies that activated inside
Lundify already.

The callback folds publicKey/extra into the OAuth-shaped locals, so the
atomic state consumption, initiator binding and white-label handoff run
unchanged; only the final step differs: submitProviderToken (the same
client-credentials probe as the manual field) instead of an OAuth code
exchange, owned by the consent's company read from the server-written row.
consumeOAuthState/consumeHandoff now return that company id.

Closes #2323.

* fix(migration): reset the previous connect attempt before a new provider request

Review follow-up: a failed /connect used to leave the earlier consent id
and one-time activation URL in place, so the step kept offering a link
that completed the previous consent.

6906bc4aa2 feat(compliance): InvoiceRowsCompleted behandlingshistorik event for migrated invoice rows (#2312) (#2357)
Every migrated sales invoice whose rows complete_invoice_rows writes, from
the migration wizard or the hourly row-completion pass, now leaves one
InvoiceRowsCompleted row in processing_history on a new Invoice aggregate:
the writer, the provider, the consent, the row count, and the header VAT
split before and after when the pass rewrote it (BFL 5 kap 11 §, BFNAR
2013:2 p. 9.16). One run shares one correlation id.

lib/invoices/complete-invoice-rows.ts is the one TypeScript call site for
the RPC and the one emitter: it appends only on wrote = true, records
nothing for already_filled or failed, and keeps the append best-effort
(logged, eventId null) like every other processing_history writer. The
wizard runs on the user's session client, so MigrationOptions takes a lazy
createHistoryClient for the service role. Invoice numbers stay out of the
payload (the personnummer guard would drop ten-digit ones).

Migration 20260906210100 widens the aggregate_type CHECK with Invoice and
registers the event type; pg test covers the catalog row, the aggregate,
and that the CHECK still refuses unknown aggregates.

39d409d257 fix(invoices): write migrated invoice rows through one locking RPC so two writers cannot double them (#2313) (#2340)
* fix(invoices): write migrated invoice rows through one locking RPC so two writers cannot double them

The row-completion pass (#2291) and the migration wizard both wrote
invoice_items for migrated sales invoices with check-then-insert across
separate statements and nothing serializing them per invoice; the pass
also wrote the header VAT split in a third statement, so "rows landed,
header did not" was reachable and never revisited.

Adds complete_invoice_rows (SECURITY DEFINER, FOR UPDATE on the invoice
scoped to the company, inserts only when the invoice still has no rows,
optional header split in the same transaction, returns wrote) and routes
both writers through it: the pass one call per invoice (wrote = false is
skipped, not completed), the wizard one call per invoice in small
concurrent groups. Unknown row keys and partial headers are refused
rather than dropped. Grants: revoked from PUBLIC and anon, kept for
authenticated (membership gate in the body) and service_role.

pg test proves the invariant (first call writes, second returns wrote =
false with rows and header unchanged), the rollback of rows on a failing
header, every refusal, the grants and two-connection serialization.

* fix(invoices): complete_invoice_rows requires the row's tax facts instead of defaulting vat_rate to 25

Review finding on #2340: COALESCE(r.vat_rate, 25) let a row without a
rate land with a fabricated 25 % (ML 17 kap 24 § p.9). Both writers
always send vat_rate, line_total, vat_amount and description, so the
defaults were never needed and only hid a bug. The RPC now refuses a
row missing any of the four (absent or JSON null) with
MISSING_REQUIRED naming the column; sort_order, quantity, unit and
line_type keep their table defaults since none states a tax fact.
The rate's value is deliberately not restricted to the Swedish set:
0 (omvänd skattskyldighet, export) and foreign rates (OSS) are
legitimate on a migrated row, and the pg test pins both as accepted.

Migration edited in place: unshipped, preview branches only.

8313f527c9 fix(migration): complete-invoice-lines cron visits registers smallest first (#2341)
* fix(migration): complete-invoice-lines cron visits registers smallest first

The hourly pass ordered its work by consent recency, which says nothing
about work size: a 1 125-invoice register on the newest consent used two
runs in a row while a 384-invoice register three consents older was
skipped for budget both times. Each run now sizes every usable consent's
register on our side first (one indexed HEAD count of the non-draft
invoices without rows, no provider call) and then hands the registers
with anything left to the pass smallest first, each within its share of
the run. Shortest job first: a register that fits its share is done this
run whatever was accepted after it; the one that needs several runs takes
what is left of each. Nothing is stored between runs, and the budget
constants are unchanged.

What a run does not reach is by construction its largest registers; they
are logged and returned as `deferred` with their counts so a register
that is deferred hour after hour is visible. The count is proven against
a real PostgREST (tool-pg) because `invoice_items=is.null` on a to-many
embed is resolved there, not in Postgres or the type system.

* test(schema): teach the phantom-column guard PostgREST's embed-null filter

The static guard read `.is('invoice_items', null)` as a column of
`invoices` and failed CI on #2341. PostgREST's null filter on an embedded
resource (`?invoice_items=is.null`, the anti-join on a to-many embed:
the parents whose embed is empty) names the embed declared in the same
chain's select, not a column. The scanner already registers every embed
alias per chain for dotted filters; a bare name that is a registered
embed, used with `is` (or `not` / `filter` with the `is` operator, the
only operators that reach an embed), is now recognised and checked no
further. Any other operator on a bare embed name, and `is` on a name the
select never embedded, are still accused, with cases for both. The
grammar itself is proven on a real PostgREST by
complete-invoice-lines-count.tool.test.ts.

473b1fd2eb fix(providers): name the real Björn Lundén connect failure (integration not activated, not bad credentials) (#2322)
* fix(providers): name the real Björn Lundén connect failure: integration not activated, not bad credentials

Every Björn Lundén connect in prod has failed with "Leverantören avvisade
autentiseringen" (10 consents since June; only BL's own sandbox company ever
received tokens). Live-verified against a real customer User-Key today: BL
answers 403 "<service>:READ is out of allowed scope for service provider
Arcim" on every read endpoint. The key is right and binds the company; the
company has simply never activated our integration, and it cannot until BL
moves the listing out of sandbox. The generic 403 mapping told the user to
re-check what they pasted, which can never help.

- BjornLundenClient: isBjornLundenScopeError / isBjornLundenUnknownKeyError,
matching the verbatim live 403 and 500 bodies.
- submitProviderToken: 403-with-scope-body -> ProviderTokenInvalidError kind
  'integration-not-activated'; 500/404 -> 'company-key-not-found'; 401 (our
own client_credentials token refused) rethrows as a generic submit failure
instead of blaming the pasted key.
- New 422 structured errors BL_INTEGRATION_NOT_ACTIVATED and
BL_COMPANY_KEY_NOT_FOUND with Swedish/English copy that names the fix
(activate under Integrationer in Lundify, else SIE) and where the GUID is.
- Wizard copy for BL moved to i18n keys and reordered: activate first, then
paste the key; the key only works once the integration is activated.
- Tests: route mapping for both kinds, probe classification incl. the
captured live bodies, registry entries pinned to 422.

* fix(providers): drop the unknown-key body matcher, the live BL 500 body is not stable

Verifying through BjornLundenClient against apigateway.blinfo.se, a made-up
User-Key answered 500 with a Spring BeanCreationException for
databaseConnector, not the null getCurrentUser() message captured earlier.
The unknown-key verdict already keys on the status alone in
submitProviderToken; keep only the 403 scope matcher, whose body IS stable.

34bf5a7387 fix(providers): Fortnox freight and fee as rows, text rows as text, string quantities as numbers (#2304)
* fix(providers): Fortnox freight and fee as rows, text rows as text, string quantities as numbers

Three shapes seen on live Profilio payloads after #2302's rows-versus-header
check went in:

- Freight and AdministrationFee live on the invoice header, not in
InvoiceRows, while Total and TotalVAT include them. The rows summed to
less than the header by exactly the charge and the check refused the
invoice (14 of Profilio's 384). They are now rows: FreightVAT and
AdministrationFeeVAT are VAT amounts (88 and 22 on a 25 % invoice), and
the charge is gross when VATIncluded is true (99 = 79.20 + 19.80).
- Free-text rows (DeliveredQuantity "0", Total 0, VAT 0) counted as a
stated 0 % rate beside the 25 % rows, so the migration marked the invoice
mixed and nulled its header rate on roughly half of two registers. They
no longer state a rate, and land as line_type 'text' with no amounts, the
way the invoice page and the booking engine expect them.
- DeliveredQuantity is serialised as a string and was stored unparsed.

e80ea74e76 fix(providers): map Fortnox VAT-inclusive rows net of VAT, and refuse migrated rows that contradict their header (#2302)
The first production run of the row-completion pass (#2291) wrote 345
Profilio invoices whose rows summed to the invoice GROSS with 25 % VAT
computed on top, beside a header (Net / TotalVAT) that was right. Fortnox
prices an invoice either excluding or including VAT and says which with
the invoice-level VATIncluded flag; the mapper had always read the row
Total and Price as net. Every such row set is 1.25 x its header net, to
the öre, across all 345.

- lib/providers/fortnox/mapper.ts: netOfVat() divides row Total and Price
by (1 + rate) when VATIncluded is true; TotalExcludingVAT and
PriceExcludingVAT are preferred when the payload carries them. A row
without a rate cannot be split and keeps its amount.
- complete-invoice-lines.ts: rows whose net or VAT disagree with the header
the same payload established by more than 1 kr are reported as
rowsMismatch and left untouched. Öresavrundning stays inside the
tolerance; VAT-inside rows, header-level freight and discounts do not.
Rows that contradict their own header are worse than no rows.
- Cron summary carries rowsMismatch.

None of the 345 is open or booked; a separate repair removes today's rows
for them so the fixed pass refills them.

8e1f9d5201 fix(migration): complete the rows of migrated sales invoices the hydration budget did not reach (#2291)
* fix(migration): complete the rows of migrated sales invoices the hydration budget did not reach

The migration maps sales invoices from the provider's list payload and
hydrates the detail form (rows, net, VAT) inside a fixed 90 s budget, open
invoices first. Fortnox, Briox and Björn Lundén ship no rows in a list
response, so every invoice the budget did not reach was imported as a header
with a total and no invoice_items, and nothing ever came back for it: the
wizard never showed the hydration report, so the user found out on the
invoice page. Measured on prod today: Profilio 384 of 384 (migrated before
hydration existed), Loftux 311 of 672, Damac 182 of 542, Clearstoq 1 125 of
1 125.

- lib/providers: hydrateSalesInvoices() hydrates a caller-chosen subset of
an already-listed register, so a follow-up can spend its budget on the
invoices still incomplete on our side instead of re-walking the register
open-first and never reaching the rest.
- arcim-migration: completeMigratedInvoiceLines() starts from OUR row-less
non-draft invoices, joins them to the provider register on number + date
(unique on both sides), hydrates only that subset and writes each
invoice's rows once the detail total matches the stored total to the öre.
The header VAT split is rewritten only when the stored one holds no
evidence (null rate, or a non-zero rate label beside 0 kr VAT and
subtotal = total). Never the total, status, payments or a journal entry.
- Hourly cron (/api/extensions/arcim-migration/complete-invoice-lines/cron,
vercel.json + Docker crontabs) drives the pass over consents accepted in
the last 60 days, newest first, with a per-company share of the run.
- The wizard's result screen now shows "x av y fakturor hämtade med rader"
and that the rest are fetched in the background within the hour.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01DG5aYcshzKJ1EA7PPhGtVf

* fix(migration): write the header VAT fill as a literal, raise the schema-guard ceiling for the row inserts

The phantom-column scanner resolves only object-literal payloads. The header
update is now a literal (so its six columns are checked); the two
invoice_items inserts are runtime row arrays from mapSalesInvoiceLine, the
same shape the orchestrator already inserts, so the ceiling moves 399 to
401 with the reason recorded beside the earlier ones.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01DG5aYcshzKJ1EA7PPhGtVf

* fix(migration): gate the completion cron on token freshness, not consent age, and visit every usable consent

Two review findings held. Prod holds 57 accepted consents from the last 60
days, so a fixed page of the newest 25 would leave older companies with
row-less invoices waiting behind companies that are already done: the cap
is gone (a company with nothing left costs one query and no provider call).
And the consent's created_at said nothing about whether its credentials
still work: Fortnox refresh tokens live 45 days and rotate on every
refresh, so eligibility is now read off the token row (access token expired
within the last 45 days, or no expiry at all), which also stops a dead
consent from being retried every hour.

1976129478 feat(import): let the Fortnox import fetch older fiscal years: the three-year limit becomes a default selection (#2280)
* fix(import): say which fiscal years the Fortnox connection fetches, list the ones left out

Root cause: the guided provider migration fetches SIE only for fiscal years
that start within a rolling three-calendar-year window
(getAllowedFiscalYears in extensions/general/arcim-migration/lib/sie-fetcher.ts:
current year and the two before it). A first, broken year 2022/2023 starts
in 2022 and falls outside the window in 2026, and the wizard said nothing:
not before the import, not after. Users concluded the books were complete,
or that they had done something wrong (issue #2211, second report via
support 2026-08-27).

Fix:
- The fetcher already lists every fiscal year at the source before applying
the window, so the left-out years are derived from that same list at no
extra provider call: `omittedYears` (years starting before the window,
oldest first, with the provider's own from/to dates so a broken year is
named as "2022-09-01 till 2023-12-31"). Fortnox and Briox year refs now
carry those bounds; WINT's listYears reports the unfiltered year list.
- GET /preview returns `fiscalYearWindow` and `omittedYears`; GET /sie-data
  returns `omittedYears` next to `failedYears`.
- Wizard, preview step (before the import runs): one muted sentence that the
direct connection fetches the three latest fiscal years (years starting in
{fromYear} or later); when years are left out, they are named with a link
to the SIE import (one SIE file per year under Import, oldest first).
- Wizard, result step: a "Räkenskapsår som inte följde med" section naming
the omitted years with the same SIE pointer, shown when SIE data was
  imported in the run.
- MCP: the connect_migration tool description, its instructions and the
onboarding skill claimed the wizard "fetches every fiscal year"; they now
say three latest, older years via SIE.
- Strings in both messages/sv.json and messages/en.json.

Out of scope: fetching more years through the connection (#2238).

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015qgLgdt4mLmha1ZLFMwq1u

* feat(import): make the Fortnox import's three-year limit a default selection, not a cap

Root cause, from first principles: the guided provider migration fetched
SIE only for fiscal years starting within a rolling three-calendar-year
window (getAllowedFiscalYears in
extensions/general/arcim-migration/lib/sie-fetcher.ts, introduced in #718
with no stated reason). The window was a silent cap: the wizard never said
it existed, and a first broken year 2022/2023 simply never arrived
(#2211). The user's actual problem is that the year is missing from the
books, so explaining the cap (the previous commit) treats the symptom.

What the window gated, by evidence: only the SIE fetch. Documents already
list every Fortnox financial year and match against the vouchers that
exist locally (import-documents.ts), invoices, customers, suppliers and
assets are not year-gated, and the SIE import itself is one request per
year (hosted function limit 300 s, import_sie_journal_entries
statement_timeout 290 s), so its cost is linear in wall time and bounded
per year regardless of how many years are imported. The only place the
number of years multiplies inside one invocation is /preview and
/sie-data: one SIE export per year (Fortnox client: 15 s per-call timeout,
3 attempts, backoff up to 30 s, 4 req/s) fetched and parsed inside a
single 300 s function, and /sie-data returns every raw file in one
response. The repo holds no measurement of Fortnox's per-year SIE export
latency, and the maintainer's memory is that a full history can take
unreasonably long, so a fixed lift to every year cannot be shown safe for
a long history.

Fix: the window becomes the DEFAULT selection, and the user chooses.
- sie-fetcher: fetchProviderSieFiles takes `years` (explicit start years);
without it the default window applies. The result carries `sourceYears`
(every year at the source, oldest first, with the provider's own bounds
and an inDefaultSelection flag) and `omittedYears` (source years outside
the selection). Both derived from the year list already fetched: no
  extra provider call. Fortnox and Briox year refs carry their bounds;
WINT's listYears reports the unfiltered list and its voucher chain
  follows the selection.
- GET /preview returns `sourceYears`; GET /sie-data honours `?years=`
(validated, deduplicated, oldest first; 400 VALIDATION_ERROR when
malformed) and returns `omittedYears`. PROVIDER_SIE_NO_YEARS names the
  selection.
- Wizard, preview step: a "Räkenskapsår att hämta" picker with one
checkbox row per source year, the three latest ticked by default, older
years marked "tar längre tid"; Fortsätt is disabled with an attn line
until at least one year is ticked. The selection is sent to /sie-data,
so each extra year is the user's own wait, and it fails loudly there,
before any ledger write, if it is too much.
- Wizard, result step: the per-year lines already report exactly what was
imported; a "Räkenskapsår som inte hämtades" section names the source
years outside the selection, with the re-run path (documents come
  along) and the SIE path.
- MCP connect_migration description, instructions and the onboarding skill
say "three latest by default, older years selectable" instead of "every
  fiscal year".
- Strings in both messages/sv.json and messages/en.json.

Closes #2238 as well: the wish to fetch more years is the same control.

* fix(import): bound the fiscal-year selection per import run

Superagent P2 on #2280: the `years` selection was unbounded and every
selected year is one provider export fetched and parsed inside the single
300 s /sie-data invocation, so nothing bounded the work before provider
calls.

The bound: MAX_SELECTED_FISCAL_YEARS = 6, exported from sie-fetcher.ts with
the derivation. One export call is 15 s per attempt (Fortnox client
FETCH_TIMEOUT_MS), 3 attempts with 1 s and 2 s backoff (retry defaults),
so a year that times out on every attempt costs 48 s; six such years are
288 s, leaving 12 s of the 300 s hosted function for the year listing,
parsing and the response; seven would be 336 s.

Enforced server-side:
- /sie-data refuses a selection of more than the cap with 400
VALIDATION_ERROR naming the cap, before the consent is resolved, so an
oversized request does no provider work.
- fetchProviderSieFiles throws FiscalYearSelectionError for a selected year
the source does not have, right after the year listing and before any
export; /sie-data maps it to 400 VALIDATION_ERROR naming the year.
- /preview returns maxSelectedYears so the picker enforces the same number
without a client-side copy: Fortsätt is disabled and an attn line says how
many can be fetched at once and that older years go in a second run
  (sv + en).

Tests: cap accepted at 6 and refused at 7 with no provider call, unknown
year refused (route and fetcher), the cap's arithmetic, maxSelectedYears
on /preview.

Pierre Grönberg bac9e01e2d fix(arcim): offer the company's own accounts as mapping targets (#2164)
The Fortnox migration's account mapping step builds its target dropdown
from BAS_REFERENCE alone: the 1290 standard accounts. Any account a
company created outside the standard cannot be selected as a target.

Seen on a live Fortnox migration: 3005 "Provisioner inom Sverige" was
active in the chart, returned by /api/bookkeeping/accounts, visible
everywhere else in the app, and missing from this one list, because BAS
defines 3000-3004 and stops there.

The plain SIE import at app/(dashboard)/import already used the
company's own chart (fetchAccounts(false)), so the two routes into the
same AccountMappingStep disagreed about what could be mapped onto.

Targets are now the company chart unioned with BAS, deduplicated by
account number with the company row winning: its name is whatever the
user renamed the account to, and that is the label they look for. BAS
stays for standard accounts a first migration is about to create, and a
failed chart read degrades to BAS rather than throwing, since an
incomplete list still lets the migration proceed while an exception
stops it.

b996da60ee feat(parties): Förslag från bokföringen, confirmed straight into Leverantörer and Kunder (#2206)
* feat(parties): Kontakter register, suggestion queue, dossier and merge

Phase 1's two surfaces on top of the parties substrate:

- /parties page: one list with the five-way switch (Alla, Kunder,
Leverantörer, Förslag, Bara i bokföringen), search, a 12-month/all
period picker, and at most one attention line. Confirmed rows show
roles as muted text, rhythm, underlag, dominant account and money.
Observed rows are computed and never stored; a generic band keeps
  unattributed spend visible.
- Suggestion queue: a reason per row, hard-key rows pre-ticked, bulk
confirm behind one dialog, dismiss on hover, undo on the toast.
- Dossier slide-over: Pengar, Bokföring, Vad Accounted vet (facts and
identities with source and count), Underlag och verifikat, Historik.
- Merge dialog with a visible, swappable survivor and undo.
- API: GET /api/parties, GET /api/parties/[id], POST suggest, decide,
  decide/undo, merge, merge/undo (withRouteContext, Zod, 15 tests).
- Migration 20260903090000: decide_parties snapshots the reason it
  clears; undo_party_decisions reverses confirm/dismiss within 30 days;
  decision kind 'undo'.
- The pipeline runs after SIE import and provider migration (non-blocking)
so a migrant's register is full on arrival.
- Nav entry under Register; sv/en strings.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(parties): pass explicit interpolation values to next-intl

next build's type check rejects a typed interface where the translator
wants an index-signature record.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(parties): retry label on the load-failed state

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(parties): hard keys for companies without org number, readable names, look-alikes at read time

- get_ledger_key_evidence dropped every document for a company whose own
org number is NULL (the self check compared against NULL). Replaced in
20260903100000 with a coalesced comparison; pg test covers it.
- Display names come from the printed name on documents, otherwise from
the voucher text with the AP/AR prefix and supplier number removed.
- Look-alike parties (same core, or one core extending the other by whole
words: Fortnox / Fortnox Finans) are detected when the register is read,
never stored, and feed the Dubblett? chip and the merge dialog.
- Queue shows Intäkt beside Kostnad; dossier hides zero money rows and
formats bankgiro/plusgiro; merge dialog cancels with Avbryt; no
  synchronous setState inside effects.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(parties): link every new supplier and customer to a party on write

The backfill covered the rows that existed on 2026-09-02; 108 rows
created since had no party and never reached the register. A BEFORE
INSERT/UPDATE trigger on customers and suppliers now calls ensure_party
on every write path at once: find-or-create by org number inside the
company, never by name; a private customer gets a kind=person party
without any number; a nameless row stays unlinked; a foreign party id is
refused with the same error as the composite foreign key; a link to a
merged party follows the chain to the survivor; the clear that ON DELETE
SET NULL performs is kept. ensure_party lets the trigger act for the
row's owner (pg_trigger_depth() > 0); the RPC path is unchanged. The
migration also links the rows created since the backfill.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(parties): dossier hides dismissed parties and follows merges to the survivor

The register hid archived parties while the dossier still served them by
id, and a merged party's dossier pointed at a dead row. Superagent P2 on
#2206; three unit tests.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore(parties): move the role-link migration past main's 20260903110000

Two files with one version would collide in schema_migrations.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(parties): confirm suggestions into Leverantörer and Kunder, no third noun

Founder decision after the walkthrough: users know two words. The page
becomes the queue 'Förslag från bokföringen' with 'Bara i bokföringen'
beside it; the Kontakter nav entry and the Alla/Kunder/Leverantörer
views go. Each suggestion shows what it becomes (Blir), read from the
ledger side and changeable per row; confirming calls promote_parties,
which creates the supplier and/or customer row from the party's facts,
never a duplicate, and is undoable for 30 days through
undo_party_promotions (the created rows are archived, the party returns
to the queue). Leverantörer and Kunder carry the one attention line that
leads here. The dossier offers Lägg upp som leverantör / som kund.

Migration 20260903130000, 5 pg tests, route and unit tests updated.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(parties): write bankgiro and plusgiro the way the supplier form does

Identities are stored as digits; suppliers carry 5317-0900.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore(parties): move the four queue migrations past main's 20260903170000

Main merged 20260903120000_skattekonto_transactions_realtime_publication
with the same version as the role-link trigger; the preview database
refused the duplicate key. All four now sit after main's newest so the
set applies in one ordered run on prod.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5.1 3918ff6620 fix(customers): make country ISO-2 everywhere and check it against the customer type (#2241)
* fix(customers): make country ISO-2 everywhere and check it against the customer type (#2025, #2028)

customers.country and suppliers.country were read as ISO codes by the
periodisk sammanstallning (SKV 5740), Peppol and the provider importers but
written as English names by the customer form and the v1 API, so a correct
German customer produced GERMANY811234567 in the SKV file plus two false
warnings, and an EU customer saved with land Sverige got reverse charge with
nothing objecting until after the invoice was sent.

- lib/vat/country-codes.ts: one helper that normalises codes and the
Swedish/English names the writers used to store, the country-vs-type
rule (swedish_business = SE, eu_business = EU member other than SE that
matches the VAT prefix, non_eu_business = outside the EU), and the
  reverse-charge country gate.
- Writers: customer form and supplier form get a country select; internal
REST, v1 REST, bulk-create, MCP create/update, CSV/Excel import and the
  provider migration mapper normalise to a code and refuse unknown text;
the consistency rule is a form error and an API 400
(CUSTOMER_COUNTRY_MISMATCH on update). An omitted country is SE for
Swedish types, derived from the VAT prefix for eu_business, required
  for non_eu_business.
- vat-rules.ts: getVatRules and friends take the country as a third
  argument and grant reverse charge only for an EU country other than SE;
every invoice/sales-order/MCP call site passes customer.country.
- periodisk sammanstallning reads legacy names through the same helper.
- Migration 20260903170000: normalize_country_code() SQL twin, country_raw
rollback column on both tables, backfill of every non-code row; unknown
text is left as-is. pg-real test for the function.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01D5EmmndLyDCmY5NHYAvYkE

* fix(customers): keep reverse charge for defaulted-SE EU rows, gate the country rule on the fields it reads, fix build

Skeptic and CI findings on #2241, one pass:

- Migration step 4: eu_business rows whose country was null or only the old
writer default (SE) while the VAT number names another EU member take the
country from the prefix. The pre-2026-09 rules granted reverse charge on
type + VIES validation alone, so these rows invoiced at 0% and would have
  flipped to 25% on the next invoice. country_raw = '' marks a null origin;
  rollback uses nullif(country_raw, '').
- countryPermitsReverseCharge refuses SE only: a VIES-validated number
outweighs a non-EU address (Swiss company registered in DE, Monaco with a
  FR number, Northern Ireland XI).
- checkCountryConsistency: an eu_business outside the EU VAT area is
  accepted when the VAT prefix is an EU-trade registration (incl. XI);
Monaco maps to the FR prefix.
- Internal PATCH, MCP update and the commit executor judge the country rule
only when customer_type, country or vat_number is part of the update, so
a contradictory legacy row can still change its email (v1 already did).
- Webshop-order customers get the order's billing country; spreadsheet
import derives a missing country from the type and flags contradictions
(parser row error + execute schema refine).
- Build: v1 [id] route typed the existing row through a narrowed alias
(never) and passed messageSv/messageEn the v1 error context lacks; the
  self-billed customer projection lacked country.
- Checks: regenerated skills/accounted-api (customer example country SE).
- New parity test holds the migration's SQL name table to the TS table.
- DECISIONS.md: correct migration version and the revised rule.

8c8996773f chore(connect): provider-host ratchet in check:guards, drop the dead Arcim gateway client (#2178)
* chore(connect): provider-host ratchet in check:guards, drop the dead Arcim gateway client

Two boundary chores from the Connect plan. (1) A per-file ratchet in
scripts/checks/no-new-antipatterns.mjs over files under lib/, app/ and
extensions/ that name a provider API host (Enable Banking, Skatteverket,
Qvalia, Fortnox, Visma, Briox, Bjorn Lunden, Bokio, Bolagsverket, TIC, Meta,
Gmail). The 22 files that do so today are grandfathered in the baseline; a
new one fails the guard with the connector routing as the remedy, and the set
may only shrink as upstreams move behind the connector. (2) The client for
the retired Arcim Sync gateway (extensions/general/arcim-migration/lib/
arcim-client.ts) is deleted with its test: provider-client.ts replaced it and
nothing else imported it. The --update rewrite also locks in the lower
naive-ore-round count (620 to 617) that main already reached.

f266c386f3 chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers (#2150)
* chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers

Remove 33 dead files, ~270 unreferenced exports/types, 13 dead i18n
namespaces and 4 unused dependencies; fold byte-identical helper copies
into one canonical home each (lib/utils chunk/sleep/utcDateStamp,
lib/dates/iso, lib/invariants/uuid, lib/xml/escape, lib/reports/sru/format,
lib/pdf/number-text, lib/browser/panel-request, lib/api/v1/body +
v1ValidationError rolled out to ~55 v1 routes, booking-template schemas).

No behaviour change: v1 bodies and status codes, MCP tool schemas, DB
writes and money math are untouched. Naive ore rounding was deliberately
not swapped for roundOre; see DECISIONS.md 2026-09-02 for the full list
of things left alone on purpose.

tsc, lint, 19588 unit tests and check:guards green; antipattern baseline
ratcheted (naive-ore-round 622 -> 620, hand-rolled-invariant 115 -> 113).

18cbc4c30a fix(security): audit remediation 2026-09-01: api_keys identity, viewer gates, OAuth binding, XSS, MFA gate (#2155)
* fix(security): bind api_keys to the caller, lock hash-as-bearer RPCs and provider token tables

Security audit 2026-09-01, critical items.

- api_keys INSERT requires user_id = auth.uid() again (an admin could
forge a key for any co-member and act as them in every company they
belong to); SELECT is own-keys-or-admin; a BEFORE trigger freezes the
identity and credential columns against user-session UPDATEs.
- rotate_mcp_refresh_token and validate_and_increment_api_key become
service_role only: they match rows by a presented SHA-256, so a hash
readable by co-members was a bearer credential.
- validate_and_increment_api_key fails closed when the key's user is no
longer a member of the key's company.
- provider_consent_tokens and provider_otc: the DELETE policies collapsed
to "caller has any team row" (correlated subquery on a non-existent
team_members.company_id). All member policies dropped; service_role
only, matching every existing code path.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): role gates, ownership guards and posting integrity in the database

Security audit 2026-09-01, high items at the database layer.

- One table-level guard, enforce_company_writer_role(), blocks the
read-only viewer role on 55 company-scoped tables including through
the 15 membership-only SECURITY DEFINER writers. Keyed on the JWT role
claim so it fires inside definer bodies; no-op for service_role and
  trigger cascades.
- company_members user_id/company_id immutable from user sessions;
invitations can never grant owner; team_members gains a transition
guard (admins keep non-owner role moves); companies team_id and
archiving are owner-only and team attachment needs team membership.
- Direct statements (current_user = authenticated) can no longer insert
posted headers, add lines under posted verifikat, or post a draft with
a voucher number the sequence never issued. Sanctioned RPCs run as the
definer and are untouched; the engine's own draft-then-post shapes
  still pass.
- create_document_version refuses viewers and foreign storage paths;
  validate_version_chain needs membership and loses anon EXECUTE;
  match_documents / match_booking_templates lose anon; cron maintenance
RPCs become service_role only; the production-only
  seed_asset_categories is dropped.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* build: pin tsx as an exact devDependency instead of fetching it with npx at build time

prebuild ran "npx tsx" with no lockfile entry, so every Vercel, Docker
and CI build downloaded tsx@latest and its transitive tree from the
registry with no integrity check, inside the build environment.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): refuse the viewer role on API-key and MCP write paths

The v1 wrapper and the MCP company routing checked company membership
but never role, and both run as service role, so a read-only viewer
holding an API key could post vouchers and change settings through the
API. Mutating methods and non-read scopes now return 403 ROLE_READ_ONLY
for viewers on v1; MCP write tools refuse viewers the same way.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): stop serving uploaded SVG, XML and HTML as executable content on the app origin

Uploads persisted the browser-declared mime type and the inline proxy
served it verbatim, sandboxing only text/html; the storage proxy
forwarded the uploader's Content-Type. Any writer, or any Peppol sender,
could plant a scripted SVG or XHTML that executed on app.gnubok.se.

- inline route: allow-list of natively safe types (PDF, raster images)
served as before; everything else gets the opaque sandbox CSP.
- storage proxy: octet-stream + attachment + sandbox unless the DB
mime for the key is on the allow-list.
- document-service: the stored mime is the magic-byte validated type.
- logo upload: magic-byte validation, SVG refused.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): byrå brand logo upload decides the type by magic bytes and drops SVG

Same pattern as the company logo route: the logos bucket is public, so a
scripted SVG (or anything declared as an image) must never land there.
The upload pickers stop advertising SVG.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): bind Enable Banking, Stripe and WooCommerce callbacks to the initiating user

The callbacks resolved the pending row by oauth_state alone, so a
victim who completed an attacker-initiated consent had their bank
account, merchant account or store attached to the attacker's company.
requireFlowInitiator() now requires the cookie session of the user who
started the flow: no session redirects to login with the callback URL
preserved, a different user is refused and nothing is exchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): guard tenant-controlled outbound fetches and surface the disabled rate limiter

WooCommerce and Shopify syncs fetched a member-editable store URL with
plain fetch() and redirect following under the service role, and the
invoice PDF renderer fetched company_settings.logo_url unguarded. All
three go through a new safeFetch() (public-IP validation via url-guard,
https only, redirect: 'manual', body size cap) and re-normalise the
stored host at use time. checkRateLimit() keeps failing open on hosted
but logs one error per process when Upstash is not configured and
exports isRateLimiterConfigured().

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): decide the API MFA gate from server-authenticated factors, not the session cookie

getAuthenticatorAssuranceLevel() without arguments derives nextLevel
from session.user.factors, which comes from the unsigned sb-*-auth-token
cookie. Deleting factors from the cookie made an enrolled account look
like it had nothing to step up to, on every /api route and in
requireAuth. Both gates now read factors from the getUser() result or
listFactors() and the level from the verified JWT claim, and fail closed
on errors. Page-branch gate hardened the same way.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): bind Fortnox/Visma, Gmail and Skatteverket callbacks to the initiating user

The arcim-migration callback exchanged the provider code onto whatever
consent the one-time state named, with no check of who completed the
flow and no org-number comparison, so a phished Fortnox admin handed
their ledger to the attacker's company. provider_otc now records the
initiating user (migration 20260902100000); the callback requires that
session and, after the exchange, refuses a provider company whose org
number differs from the consent's company. The Gmail and Skatteverket
callbacks enforce the same initiator check.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): BankID signup confirms the email before linking the identity

Signup created an email-confirmed, MFA-exempt account for any address
the caller typed and returned a magic link, so an attacker could
pre-register a victim's email and keep a permanent BankID login into the
account the victim later adopted. The user is now created unconfirmed,
the identity carries email_verified_at NULL (migration 20260902101000),
bankid_linked is not set until the mailed confirmation is clicked, and
BankID login of a pending identity is refused with the confirmation
re-sent.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): bind MCP OAuth redirect URIs to the consenting user and cap scopes

A user-registered redirect URI was allowlisted globally, the consent page
named no client, and all scopes were pre-checked, so one phishing link
handed an attacker a full-scope key for the victim's company. Registered
URIs now resolve only for the registrant or a colleague sharing a
company; the consent page shows the client identity and redirect host;
non-built-in clients default to read-only pre-checks; scopes are capped
by the user's role (viewer: read only) at consent and at /token.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(auth): client follow-ups for BankID confirmation, callback mismatch copy and decision log

- register client handles the new confirmation_sent response from BankID
signup with the existing inbox screen instead of calling verifyOtp.
- BankID login surfaces the email_unconfirmed explanation.
- WooCommerce settings map woocommerce_error=wrong_user to its own copy.
- Logo help text no longer advertises SVG.
- DECISIONS.md records the audit remediation choices.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mcp-oauth): literal SoD columns in the api_keys insert so the phantom-column scanner resolves them

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(logo): type the upload fixtures as Uint8Array<ArrayBuffer> so they are valid BlobParts

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 5 f1d76deaba fix(providers): stop dead-ending on a resource 403, and stop dropping every migrated kreditfaktura (#2113)
* fix(providers): stop dead-ending on a resource 403, and stop dropping every migrated kreditfaktura

Two independent defects in the provider migration, both customer-visible.

A per-resource 403 was classified as a dead grant. classifyProviderError mapped
any 401 or 403 to PROVIDER_AUTH_EXPIRED, which is fatal, so a Fortnox account
without leverantorsregister permission aborted the whole migration at the
suppliers step with "Anslutningen har gatt ut. Ateranslut" even though the same
token had just succeeded on the previous step. Reconnecting can never fix that,
and steps 4 and later never ran. The provider's own reason ("Saknar behorighet
for leverantorsregister.") never reached the user. A 403 is now non-fatal once
the same token has already succeeded in the run, the migration continues, and
the provider's reason is surfaced. A 401, or a 403 on the first call, keeps the
auth-expired path.

fetchCompanyInfoDirect swallowed every error and returned null, which made the
existing PROVIDER_API_MODULE_INACTIVE remediation unreachable: a Visma customer
whose api_standard module is off got a silent 200 with an empty company card
instead of the precise Swedish explanation that was already written.

Kreditfakturor were dropped entirely. entity-mapper wrote document_type
'credit_note', but invoices_document_type_check allows only invoice, proforma
and delivery_note, and credit notes are modelled by credited_invoice_id. Every
migrated kreditfaktura was rejected and counted as skipped. One customer
imported 255 sales invoices and 0 credit notes on 2026-08-31; AR and revenue
are overstated by the credited amounts, and kreditfakturor are
rakenskapsinformation. They now import as invoice rows with reversed amounts
and status 'credited', following the in-app credit convention. They import
unlinked: no provider DTO carries a reference to the invoice being credited, so
there is nothing to match on and guessing would corrupt the AR ledger. The
wizard says so instead of burying them in skipped.

Also makes the OAuth callback non-replayable from browser history (no-store
plus history replacement), which is what the "state rejected" events were: a
replay of a callback that had already succeeded seconds earlier. No
already-connected page, so consumed-vs-unknown state stays unobservable to an
unauthenticated caller. Expected PSD2 session expiry drops from error to warn.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_016ifKg6Ec67A39oxfGPU1yc

* fix(arcim): entity line needs the failed flag

The unlinked-credit-note row omitted `failed`, which the entityLines element
type requires. Caught by the zero-extensions build, not by vitest: the unit
suite does not typecheck.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_016ifKg6Ec67A39oxfGPU1yc

* fix(arcim): write the missing-reference disclosure onto the credit note itself

Review finding (swedish-compliance-review-bot): ML 17 kap 22-23 § wants a
kreditfaktura to reference the invoice it credits, and BFL 5 kap 6-7 § wants a
verifikation to reference its underlag. No provider DTO carries that reference,
so the pairing cannot be resolved at import and guessing it would corrupt the
AR ledger. Reporting the count in the migration wizard is not enough: a result
screen is not rakenskapsinformation, and the gap has to be legible on the
record itself years later.

The disclosure now goes into invoices.notes and supplier_invoices.notes,
preserving whatever note the provider sent.

Pierre Grönbergandpgronberg 8b0aa80ea0 feat(arcim-migration): import the Fortnox asset register during migration (#1999)
The Fortnox migration now imports the asset register (GET /3/assets + /3/assets/types) as local register rows via createAsset: category from the type's anskaffningskonto BAS class, useful life from the source's depreciation window (K2 schablon fallback), never any journal entries (values arrived via SIE; the source's depreciated-to date is recorded in notes for review of the first proposal). Sold/scrapped/voided assets are skipped, re-runs dedupe, one bad asset counts as skipped. Gated behind FORTNOX_ASSET_SCOPES_APPROVED=false until the portal registration for integration 39254 carries the Assets scope, so hosted consents are unchanged and the wizard shows an honest skipped row.

Jakob Wennberg 521f437072 feat(migration): link migrated invoices to their registration voucher (#1463) (#2024)
Visma and Fortnox migrations now carry each invoice's source voucher reference, and after the invoice steps a core linker resolves it against the SIE-imported ledger (voucher-ref resolver by date, corroborated by the 244x credit / 151x debit amount, posted only, unreferenced only) and writes registration_journal_entry_id / journal_entry_id. Anything ambiguous, mismatched or unresolved is reported and left NULL; journal entries are never written. The arcim-migration /reconcile endpoint can relink already-migrated companies. Payment vouchers are PR B. Refs #1463

dc5079a912 fix(providers): stop inventing 25% VAT on migrated invoices (#1745)
* fix(providers): stop inventing 25% VAT on migrated invoices

An invoice migrated from Fortnox displayed "Momsbehandling: 25 % moms"
next to "Moms: 0 kr", with no line items behind it. It was not a display
bug: the record really did hold vat_rate 25 and vat_amount 0.

Fortnox answers GET /3/invoices with the short form, which carries no
Net, no TotalVAT and no InvoiceRows; those live only on the detail form.
The migration mapped the list payload alone, so `Net ?? total` made the
net equal the gross, VAT derived as gross minus net came out 0, and with
no rows to read a rate from, inferVatTreatment/inferVatRate fell through
to their `return 'standard_25'` / `return 25` defaults. The result
balanced, so nothing downstream noticed.

Measured on prod: 8 712 sales invoices across 43 companies assert a rate
beside 0 kr of VAT (286 MSEK of subtotal), plus 1 240 supplier invoices.
None are booked, but 263 are still open, and the no-items booking
fallback in invoice-entries.ts credits the full gross to 30xx and emits
no 2611 line at all.

Not Fortnox-only. Visma reported its VAT-inclusive TotalAmount as the
ex-VAT amount and read rows via `LineTotal`/`VatRatePercent`, neither of
which exists in the eAccounting schema (the real names are AmountNoVat
and PercentVat), so its lines all landed at 0. Bjorn Lunden reported the
gross as the net with no lines at all. Briox and WINT had the same
gross-as-net fallback, and Bokio defaulted a missing totalTax to 0.

- lib/providers/amounts.ts: readers that return undefined for an absent
field, so "the provider says zero" stays distinct from "did not say"
- every mapper: populate taxTotal and per-line taxAmount from what the
payload actually states; leave the net undefined when it does not
- provider-data-fetcher: hydrate the detail endpoint that every config
has always declared and nothing ever called, open invoices first,
within a time budget, reporting whatever it could not reach
- entity-mapper: derive rate and treatment from evidence; when there is
none, write vat_rate null and flag vatUnresolved instead of asserting
  a standard rate

Existing rows are untouched; repairing them needs a separate decision.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(providers): keep subtotal + VAT equal to the invoice total

Providers state net, VAT and gross independently and they need not agree:
Fortnox's Total is the amount to pay after öresavrundning while
Net + TotalVAT is the unrounded Gross, so the two differ by up to 50 öre.

Passing both through as stated put that gap into the invoice row, where
subtotal + vat_amount no longer equalled total. The header booking path
in invoice-entries.ts derives the 1510 debit from the sum of its credits,
so the receivable would land a few öre away from what the customer owes
while the verifikat still balanced: the same silent shape as the bug this
branch fixes.

resolveVatTriple now always returns a pair summing to the gross, keeping
the VAT intact (it reaches the momsdeklaration) and absorbing the
rounding into the net.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(providers): address invoice detail by the configured idField

Hydration built the detail path from dto.id. Björn Lundén's sales config
names invoiceNumber as its idField while its mapper builds dto.id from
entityId, so BL sales invoices would have been hydrated from the wrong
resource, or from none. Every other provider/resource pair happens to
agree on the two, which is what made the mismatch easy to miss.

The config's idField is the authority, read off the raw payload, with
dto.id only as the fallback. The regression test uses BL with entityId
99001 and invoiceNumber 5 so the two cannot coincide.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(providers): store vat_rate null for migrated mixed-rate invoices

resolveInvoiceVat labelled the header with the first line's rate, so an
invoice carrying both 25 % and 6 % lines was recorded as a 25 % invoice.
buildInvoiceWriteData already stores isMixedRate ? null : theRate for
natively created invoices; migrated ones now match.

The money was already right and stays right: generatePerRateLines groups
per item rate, so a mixed invoice books 25 % and 6 % separately off the
per-line vat_rate/vat_amount this branch fixed. Only the header label was
overstating what the source said.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(providers): bound hydration against auth failures and the clock

Two failure modes that only appear against a real provider.

A 401 or 403 fails identically for every remaining invoice, so the pass
now stops on the first one instead of issuing hundreds more doomed
calls. That matters more than it looks: TokenBucketRateLimiter keys on
the literal string 'global', so Fortnox's 4 req/s is a platform-wide
budget shared by every company and every concurrent migration, not a
per-token one. A 404 is about one invoice and does not stop the pass.

The budget was checked before starting a call but never during one. The
clients retry 429s and 5xx with backoff (Fortnox: 6 attempts, up to 60 s
apart), so a call starting one millisecond inside the budget could still
be retrying minutes later, and three concurrent ones could hold the
migration past its 300 s function ceiling. Each call is now raced
against the deadline; the socket is not cancelled, but control returns
and the remaining invoices are reported unhydrated instead of the run
dying.

Both outcomes are reported as HydrationReport.abortedBy so a partial
pass is visible rather than looking complete.

524d9978f1 fix(migration): resumable underlag import without inline extraction + same-origin MCP storage URLs (#1783)
* fix(migration): resumable underlag import without inline extraction, same-origin MCP storage URLs

The Fortnox underlag import ran every file's AI extraction inline inside
one request and hit the hosted 300 s function limit after ~17 of 113 files
(twice on 2026-08-21); the UI showed the generic "underlagen kunde inte
importeras" although the files it did reach were linked. The import now
works in time-budgeted slices with a stable cursor (the UI loops until the
server reports the end and shows "x av y") and opts out of extraction
(extractionOwner 'none', stamped skipped:opted_out): every file is linked
to its posted verifikat on arrival, so the booking is already known.

MCP signed Storage URLs (upload_url, signed_url, download_url) are served
through a same-origin proxy, /api/storage/[...path], because Claude
Desktop's sandbox only reaches the MCP host and blocked the PUT to
<project>.supabase.co. The signed token stays the only credential; the
proxy forwards only signed documents-bucket paths to our own Storage host
and is a no-op rewrite when NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL is unset.

* fix(mcp): keep the storage-proxy note out of the size-capped tool descriptions

The per-tool 280-char cap and the tools/list payload ceiling both tripped on
the two sentences added to gnubok_create_document_upload and
gnubok_get_document_content; the why now lives in a code comment.

* fix(review): id cursor, stall = error, capped upload body, encoded dot segments

Review follow-ups on #1783:
- the import cursor is the last handled provider attachment id, not an
index, so a file Fortnox adds or removes mid-sweep shifts nothing
- a partial answer whose cursor does not advance (or the round guard) is
reported as ARCIM_DOCUMENT_IMPORT_STALLED instead of "complete"; the
slices already landed stay reported and the retry button resumes
- the storage proxy reads the PUT body as a capped stream instead of
buffering an unbounded payload before measuring it
- object paths are rejected when any segment decodes to "." or ".." (or
holds a separator), and the URL fetch() would actually request is
re-checked against the allowlist after normalisation
- download_url description no longer claims a direct Storage URL

f3e4fdcf32 fix(providers): stop the Fortnox reconnect loop, and make the attachment scopes opt-in (#1761)
The Fortnox document import needs the archive and connectfile scopes, which the
registered Fortnox app does not have. Since #1549 pulled them out of the connect
request (they broke every connect with invalid_scope before login), every
attachment call fails and the user was told "Koppla om Fortnox och godkann
behorigheterna", under a button that reruns an authorize URL still not asking
for those scopes. Klura AB followed that loop four times and bought the Fortnox
Arkiv module trying to satisfy it. Prod evidence: no Fortnox attachment has ever
imported, across 166 companies and 24 consents since the feature shipped, and no
live token carries the scopes.

The error and the scope list now derive from one flag,
FORTNOX_DOCUMENT_SCOPES_APPROVED. While it is false a permission failure maps to
a new PROVIDER_DOCUMENT_SCOPES_UNAVAILABLE, which says the permission is missing
on our side, that reconnecting will not help, and that the rest of the migration
came through; the card offers no button, because no user action can succeed.

The attachment scopes also become an opt-in consent rather than part of every
connect. Fortnox derives customer licence requirements from what an integration
requests, so asking everyone for Arkivplats would put a licence in front of
customers who never import a receipt; and keeping it off the default connect
caps the blast radius of a wrong portal registration at the underlag flow rather
than every Fortnox connection. buildFortnoxAuthUrl already took per-call scopes,
provider-client simply never passed any, so this threads documentScopes from
that one button through /connect into the authorize URL.

A document consent is always a superset of an ordinary one: the callback
overwrites the consent's tokens in place, so a narrower grant would revoke the
migration's own ledger access. Pinned by a test that holds either way the flag
is set, alongside one for the 400-with-behorighet answer that six companies hit
between 08-13 and 08-19 and saw only a generic retry for.

e733ab7c43 fix(arsredovisning): unblock the signing flow, accept foreign parent org nr, explain Fortnox underlag failures (#1738)
Batch from a real migration walkthrough (Fortnox -> Accounted, 2026-08-20):

- Årsredovisning: the "Låst version" select was empty with no explanation
because the only version was a draft and "Lås version för underskrift"
is disabled while the four Lagstadgade upplysningar checkboxes and the
content confirmation count as blockers. The select is now disabled with a
hint that names the blocker count and links to Fullständighetskontroll,
the four AR-NOTE-*-UNCONFIRMED issues carry remediation text, the lock
button explains why it is grey, and "Markera som signerad" says what it
still needs (locked version, bevisreferens, date).
- Moderföretagets org.nr accepts a foreign registration identifier
  (CHE-123.456.789, HRB 12345, 923 609 016); personnummer shapes stay out.
- Fortnox underlag discovery: log status, body and Fortnox's message on
failure, show the message in the UI, treat a 400 with behörighet/scope
text as scopes-required, and fall back to an unfiltered
voucherfileconnections list when the financialyear filter answers 400.
- Kontomapping: the Momskod column had min-w only; table-fixed collapsed it
and its selects overflowed into Konfidens. Real w-72 now.
- SIE import warnings pluralise correctly for one skipped voucher; the
Verifikationsserie option says the source series is preserved.

MattssonandClaude Opus 5 2deea05d42 feat(import): attach underlag to SIE-migrated verifikat by filename (#1627)
* refactor(documents): lift the SIE voucher-ref resolver into core

The provider migration sweep resolved a source voucher reference to the
verifikat it became with an in-memory (period, series, number) index built
inside extensions/general/arcim-migration. The underlag filename import needs
the identical resolution, and core must never import from @/extensions, so the
index, its ambiguity handling and the two paged reads move to
lib/documents/voucher-ref-resolver.ts.

Behaviour-preserving for the extension: same index construction, same "drop
both when one key repeats inside a fiscal year" rule, same dateTo-window
resolution. The arcim tests pass unchanged.

Two deliberate additions on top of the lift:
  - series comparison is now case-insensitive on both sides. SIE writes series
uppercase in practice but the spec does not require it, and a filename is
    whatever the exporting tool produced.
  - byNumber and fetchVouchersForNumbers serve the filename flow, which
resolves a handful of refs per request and must not pull every migrated
entry into memory to do it.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(import): attach underlag to SIE-migrated verifikat by filename

A SIE file carries the ledger but not the underlag, so a migrating customer
brings the receipts over separately and today has to open every verifikat and
attach them by hand. Systems that export both name each receipt after its
verifikat (A31_<internal-id>.pdf), and the SIE import already preserves that
identity on every entry (source_voucher_series / source_voucher_number), so
the pairing is a lookup, not an interpretation: no AI, no amount matching, no
date windows.

Separate optional import mode (/import?mode=underlag), NOT a step inside the
SIE wizard: the receipts normally arrive later and from a different export, so
a migration must never be blocked on having them ready.

lib/documents/filename-voucher-ref.ts reads the ref out of a filename
lib/documents/underlag-import.ts builds the plan (reads only)
POST /api/import/documents/preview filenames in, match plan out
POST /api/import/documents/attach one file, archived and linked
  components/import/UnderlagImportWizard review, adjust, run

Guards, because a document linked to a posted verifikat is
räkenskapsinformation and can never be re-pointed (BFL 7 kap):

  - Matching keys on the SOURCE voucher number, never our own. The importer
renumbers per target series, so a file named after our number would land
on the wrong verifikat exactly when the import skipped a voucher.
  - Nothing is uploaded until the whole plan has been shown: the preview
sends filenames only, the bytes stay in the browser.
  - A ref that hits several migrated years is surfaced as a choice, never
resolved by guessing. So is a filename with a number but no series, which
    is resolved but never pre-selected.
  - A date-named file (20240131.pdf) is refused outright rather than read as
    voucher 20240131.
  - A target in a closed or locked period is shown but not selectable:
enforce_period_lock_documents would refuse the write anyway.
  - The attach route re-resolves the filename server-side and 409s when it
does not name the target the client sent, so a stale plan cannot scatter
underlag permanently. An explicit manual assignment opts out of that check
and is flagged as such; company ownership of the entry is always verified.
  - Idempotent per (verifikat, content): a re-run converges on the same
document row instead of archiving duplicates.

tests/pg/underlag-attach-period-lock.pg.test.ts pins the period-lock contract
the plan surface promises, including that the lock guards the LINK and still
lets an unlinked document be archived.

* fix(import): scope underlag matching to a declared fiscal year

Adversarial review of #1627 refuted the resolver: it looked a ref up
company-wide and treated "exactly one candidate exists" as proof of identity.
Source systems restart voucher numbering every year and a filename carries no
year, so with a partial migration, or with that year's A31 among the vouchers
the importer routinely skips (empty, single-line, unbalanced), a 2023 receipt
was silently attached to a 2025 verifikat. Permanent under BFL 7 kap, and
invisible afterwards. Cardinality is not identity.

Every batch now declares its fiscal year and candidates outside it are dropped
before the index is built, so no downstream branch can see, count or propose
one. The attach route takes the year for its re-resolution from the TARGET
entry, never from the client, so the check cannot be widened by naming a
different year. Scoping cannot make the year inferable; it makes it asserted,
and the confirm dialog reads it back because it is the one input the files
cannot corroborate.

Four further defects from the same review:

  - npm test went red: hoisting the column list into a VOUCHER_SELECT constant
hid it from the no-phantom-columns AST scan (ceiling 377 -> 379) and
dropped all eight journal_entries columns out of the guard on the one path
that writes irreversible links. Both selects are inline again, and split:
the provider sweep no longer fetches three display columns it never reads.
  - The date guard only caught zero-padded hyphenated dates, so
    `2024-1-31 kvitto.pdf`, `2024 01 31 ...`, `2024.1.31` and `24-01-31` all
parsed as voucher 2024 or 24. Widened to unpadded components, two-digit
years and space/slash separators; a bare year-shaped number is refused.
  - `Verifikation 31.pdf` parsed as series ION: the alternation matched
`ifikat` and left `ion` for the series group. Reordering alone was not
enough (the engine backtracks into it), so the prefix now requires the
    word to end.
  - The manual-reference box was an unguarded write path: typing a date got
path-split down to a voucher number, marked the row selected, and posted
with override, which skips both server checks, while the row still showed
"Kan inte tolkas". Directory splitting is gone from the parser, the row
status is updated on resolve, and picking a server-proposed candidate no
longer counts as an override, which had disabled the filename check on
exactly the ambiguous rows it exists to protect.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): enforce the declared fiscal year on the server

The second adversarial pass refuted the previous fix. The attach route took
the year for its re-resolution from the TARGET entry, which is tautological:
an entry is by construction inside its own fiscal_period_id, so the filter
could never drop it and the year axis was unfalsifiable. Server-side year
enforcement was zero; the declared year existed only as React state and was
never sent. The regression test that "proved" otherwise passed only because
the mock let one journal_entries row report two different fiscal_period_id
values to two different reads, a state Postgres cannot produce. A test that
could not fail.

The attach request now carries the year the user actually reviewed, echoed
back from the plan, and the route asserts it equals the target's own period
BEFORE any other check and including overrides: an override is a statement
about which verifikat, never about which year. Its test asserts that directly
instead of a mock artifact.

Also from the same pass, a UI race that made the confirm dialog lie: FyPicker
stayed interactive while a preview of up to 2000 filenames was in flight, so
the summary and the confirm text could read back a year the plan was not built
from, and a manually resolved row could join the batch from another year
entirely. The wizard snapshots the plan's year, every downstream read uses the
snapshot, manual re-resolution goes through the server's own echoed
plan.fiscal_period_id, and the picker is frozen while a preview runs.

Parser, from the corpus pass (~360 realistic filenames plus 200k random uuids,
no ReDoS found: 2000 hostile inputs in 26ms):

  - Day-first and US dates parsed as voucher numbers: `31.01.2024` became
voucher 31, a number that always exists in the year. The guard now covers
    both orders.
  - `ver 31.pdf` parsed as series VER and came back auto-selectable, while
    every spelled-out `Verifikat 31.pdf` correctly yielded a series-less
reference needing confirmation. Same filename, two trust levels, decided
by an abbreviation. `ver` is no longer a series.

Known residual, stated rather than papered over: a scanner's `A4.pdf` or a
`K10.pdf` blankett in the receipts folder still matches verifikat A4 or K10
when that year has them. No parser can separate those from a genuine
reference; they appear in the review table with the target's date and
description.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): make the user actually declare the fiscal year

The third adversarial pass found that the central guarantee of the previous
two commits was fiction. FyPicker auto-selects the newest fiscal period when
nothing is stored, and the wizard passes a page-specific storage key, so that
branch fired on every first use. A user migrating 2023 receipts who never
opened the picker resolved them against the newest year; A31 exists in
essentially every year, so those rows came back `matched`, pre-selected, with
only the confirm dialog between them and permanent links. Every commit message
and code comment claiming "the year the user named" described behaviour the UI
did not have.

FyPicker gains an opt-in `requireExplicitChoice` prop, default off so no other
caller changes, and the wizard uses it. The picker starts empty and the batch
cannot proceed until someone picks. A previously stored explicit choice for
this surface is still restored, which is what makes a multi-batch migration
bearable.

Also: a company with zero fiscal periods hit a disabled picker and a disabled
button with no explanation. There is now a line saying why.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): close the restore-branch hole and demote collision-prone refs

Round four of adversarial review, two findings, both fixed.

1. `requireExplicitChoice` gated only the newest-period fallback, not the
localStorage restore branch above it, so the "user declares the year"
guarantee held only for a user's first-ever batch. From the second on, the
year was silently pre-filled from an earlier unrelated batch, and in a
multi-year migration last-used is the worst possible default: the user is
by definition moving to a different year each round. The prop now gates
FyPicker's ENTIRE auto-selection block with one outer condition (restore,
   the ALL_YEARS-stored fallback, newest-period, preferLatestEnded), because a
per-branch gate already missed one branch once. It also suppresses the
localStorage write, which fired BEFORE onChange and so recorded picks the
wizard had rejected mid-preview. The wizard drops its storage prefix
entirely: within one sitting reset() carries the year in state, and
   nothing survives the session.

2. The filename parser pre-ticked `A4 scan.pdf` and `K10.pdf` while requiring
a click for `31.pdf`, which carries MORE voucher evidence in a
single-series company. Two independent review passes flagged the same
   inconsistency. Collision-famous refs (A0-A6 paper sizes, K2-K13/N1-N9/
   T1-T2 blanketter, Q1-Q4 quarters) and three-letter series (IMG/DSC/DOC/
SCN are cameras; real SIE series are 1-2 chars) still parse and resolve
but are never auto-selected. Demoted, not refused: verifikat A4 genuinely
exists in every migrated ledger, and its real receipt costs one click.
Residual documented: an existing short series plus a small number in an
ad-hoc name (`B2 hyra.pdf`) is indistinguishable from a real ref by
   filename alone.

Also: the attach route's multipart doc now names the required
fiscal_period_id field, and the stale reset() comment describes the actual
persistence model.

* fix(import): honor override only for unresolvable filenames + review round

Resolution pass for the PR #1627 review reports (CodeRabbit, Swedish
accounting review, compliance swarm).

The one substantive finding (CodeRabbit, major): `override: true` skipped the
filename consistency check entirely, so a crafted client could attach a
cleanly-named file to any same-year verifikat. The resolver now runs on every
request; an override is honored only when the filename is unresolvable in the
declared year (no parse, or no candidate) or already resolves to the requested
target. The shipped UI only overrides unresolvable rows, so nothing
user-facing changes. planAcceptsTarget is renamed planPermitsAttach and
carries the semantics in one place, with tests for both directions.

The Swedish review finding (BFNAR 2013:2 systemdokumentation): the
planPermitsAttach JSDoc still described the superseded derive-the-year-from-
the-target design. It now states the actual control: the route asserts the
caller-declared year equals the target's own period before this function runs.

CodeRabbit minors and nitpicks:
  - underlag_confirm_body / underlag_run / underlag_locked_warning use ICU
plural forms in both locales; "1 filer arkiveras" was wrong Swedish.
  - The attach and preview route tests mock @/lib/supabase/server per the
    repo test guideline.
  - fetchVouchersForNumbers narrows to the declared fiscal year at the DB;
the in-memory filter in buildUnderlagPlan remains the enforced truth.
  - buildVoucherIndex appends into existing arrays instead of copying per
row: the provider sweep indexes every migrated entry in the company and
    per-row copies made that O(n^2).
  - The pg test reuses its insertDocument helper instead of a duplicated
INSERT; runAttach clears isLoading in a finally.

Declined, with reasons in DECISIONS.md: message-regex classification of
validateDocumentFile failures (established sibling pattern; validator
contract change is out of scope).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): attach only to posted or reversed verifikat

Second review cycle on PR #1627: the Swedish accounting review's re-run found
that nothing in the attach route verified the target entry's status. The SIE
import RPC posts every entry inside its own transaction, so a draft carrying a
source ref should be unobservable, but the link this route writes is
irreversible räkenskapsinformation, and an invariant enforced in another file
is not one this surface may lean on. Underlag references a verifikation
(BFL 5 kap 6-7 §), so the target must BE one.

Enforced twice: the route rejects non-posted targets with
UNDERLAG_ENTRY_NOT_POSTED (overrides included), and the resolver reads filter
to posted/reversed so a draft can never even become a candidate. Reversed
stays attachable: a storno'd original remains räkenskapsinformation and its
underlag belongs on it.

Also recorded as confirmed-intentional (review note, no code change): with
override and an unresolvable filename the endpoint links to any same-company,
same-declared-year, posted verifikat, migrated or not, which mirrors the
existing /api/documents/[id]/link capability. The period-lock error-string
regex note restates a disposition already recorded in DECISIONS.md.

The arcim test's Supabase double learns .in(), which the shared resolver read
now uses for the status filter.

78a581bca1 fix(import): guard against CP437-as-CP1252 mojibake entering via pre-decoded SIE text (#1569)
* refactor(arcim-migration): remove the dead gateway SIE export path

fetchSIEExport and SIEExportFile have had zero callers since the direct
provider clients replaced the Arcim Sync gateway (#181, #718). The path
returned SIE as a pre-decoded string, and the gateway's decode of CP437
bytes as windows-1252 is what wrote the 2026-03-17 mojibake into posted
entries. Deleting it makes the string-typed SIE fetch impossible to
re-wire; a comment marks the grave. The consent lifecycle and entity
accessors stay untouched.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): warn when SIE text carries CP437-as-CP1252 mojibake

The 2026-03-17 migration wrote mojibake ("L"neutbetalning"-style C1
specials) into posted entries because the retired gateway handed the
/import-sie handler an already-decoded string: byte-level encoding
detection never saw it, and nothing downstream checked. The live bug is
gone; this is the tripwire so the signature can never land silently
again.

- lib/import/sie-artifact-scan.ts: pure scanner over parsed SIE account
names and voucher/line descriptions, reusing hasCp1252Artifact from
charset-repair; flags at >= 2 hits so a lone legitimate curly quote or
apostrophe cannot false-positive a whole file.
- arcim-migration /import-sie: warn-never-block; the Swedish warning
rides on result.warnings, which the workspace UI already renders, plus
  a server-side log.warn.
- wizard parse route: same scan, surfaced through the existing
parse-issue warnings card in the preview, pointing at the first
  affected line.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(bookkeeping): pin the reported gateway mojibake strings

Adds the four strings reported from the affected company's journal as
reverse_cp437 cases (all reverse losslessly) plus a false-positive
guard: space-padded typography must never route into the CP437
reversal.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 39f4ecdad4 fix(providers): surface migration step errors; INK2 SRU 7104; non-modal invoice dialog (#1465)
* feat(mileage): körjournal with milersättning booking, MCP tools and CSV export

New mileage_trips table (RLS, booked-delete trigger per BFL retention),
lib/mileage service reusing the payroll schablon rates, /api/mileage routes
(trips CRUD, period booking to 7331, salary-run push, körjournal CSV),
Körjournal dashboard page + nav, and three staged MCP tools (search-only
catalog). Trips book as one verifikat per period via the engine; salary
path inserts mileage_taxfree line items. mileage_trips classified in the
full-archive export.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(mileage): use shared roundOre helper per tightened ratchet baseline

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mileage): pending_operations op-type migration + Swedish review findings

- New migration pair adds log_mileage_trip/book_mileage_period to the
  pending_operations operation_type CHECK (pg-real audit).
- bookMileagePeriod refuses a period spanning several employees and names
the employee in the verifikationstext when scoped (BFL motpart).
- vehicle_registration required for förmånsbil trips (schema, service,
MCP staging, UI surfaces the field).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mileage): claim-first booking, CSV injection guard and driver column

- bookMileagePeriod claims trips (draft to booked CAS) before creating the
verifikat, so a concurrent second booking loses the race instead of
double-booking; claim reverts if verifikat creation fails.
- Körjournal CSV neutralizes formula-injection triggers (OWASP) and adds a
Förare column naming the employee per trip.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mileage): resolve CodeRabbit + Swedish review round: race, drift and hardening

- Copying a round trip no longer re-doubles the stored distance.
- pushMileageToSalaryRun claims trips before inserting line items (retry can
no longer double-pay); CLAIM_LOST replaces misleading NO_TRIPS on lost races.
- Booked trips are DB-immutable via a BEFORE UPDATE trigger (new migration
20260807113215): only claim/link/revert transitions and notes edits pass.
- Cross-year periods rejected (schablon rates are per calendar year); payroll
config year read from the date string, not TZ-dependent getFullYear().
- MCP staged bookings freeze the previewed trip set (trip_ids in params) and
the commit fails on drift; validation errors return 400, not 500.
- PATCH enforces the förmånsbil regnr rule on the effective row; export
validates dates before they reach the Content-Disposition header; employee_id
is verified company-scoped on trip creation; stale orphaned claims released.
- UI: fetch flags reset in finally; ICU plural for draft summary; distance
stored at the column's 1-decimal precision.
- Tests: [id] route suite, pushMileageToSalaryRun suite, claim-race, drift,
  cross-year and update-trigger pg cases.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mileage): revert-to-draft must clear salary_run_id at the trigger level

New migration 20260807114924 replaces the booked-immutability function: a
booked -> draft revert now rejects rows keeping salary_run_id, closing the
DB-level double-pay path CodeRabbit flagged. pg test pins both directions;
the CLAIM_LOST unit test now asserts the revert.

* fix(mileage): company-scope employee_id on PATCH (Superagent P2)

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(mileage): valid v4 uuid in cross-company employee PATCH test

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(providers): surface migration step errors instead of silent empty syncs

A Visma company without the API module activated (403 ErrorCode 4002,
"No access to module: api_standard") failed every provider call during
migration, yet the wizard reported success with zero rows and mapped the
403 to "reconnect", which loops forever since OAuth succeeds against
Visma's shared identity server. A real user burned time re-syncing and
reconnecting, then filed the config issue as a bug.

- New PROVIDER_API_MODULE_INACTIVE code; classifyProviderError reads the
error body and recognizes the module error before the 403 to
AUTH_EXPIRED mapping. Registry entry carries the remediation in
Swedish and English (activate the API under Appar och tillagg, paid
add-on on smaller plans, clear standardforetag, SIE fallback).
- Orchestrator: connection-level failures (auth expired, license
missing, module inactive) rethrow and abort the doomed run so /migrate
answers with the typed code; other step failures stay non-fatal but
land on results.stepErrors instead of only in server logs.
- /preview fails fast on the two subscription codes so the user reads
the remediation at connect time, before any sync.
- Wizard: preview treats the new code like the Fortnox license case
(CTA + SIE fallback); the result step renders error cards per cause
  and says "Migrering delvis genomford" instead of "Allt ar uppdaterat";
the completion toast is honest on partial failure.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(ink2): SRU field 1.1 is 7104, not 7113 (Skatteverket rejects 7113)

The INK2 huvudblankett code for 1.1 Overskott av naringsverksamhet is
7104 per Skatteverket's official 2025P4 faltkoder (INK2_SKV2002-33-01-24-04).
We emitted 7113, which does not exist on INK2, so filoverforing rejected
every profitable company's BLANKETTER.SRU with 'UPPGIFT 7113 ar inte ett
giltigt postnamn' (reported by a user for FY 2024-10-07..2025-12-31).
Underskott (7114) was already correct.

The wrong code originated in the swedish-sru-filing skill reference;
fixed there too and regenerated the atom seed. All other emitted
INK2/INK2R/INK2S codes verified against the official 2025P4 lists.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(invoices): keep the AI chat usable over the new-invoice dialog

The new-invoice dialog was a modal Radix dialog: modal mode sets body
pointer-events: none, aria-hidden on body siblings, and a focus trap, so
the agent sheet (z-60, painted above the dialog) was visible but dead:
clicks swallowed, input unfocusable, and all three dismiss paths
preventDefaulted, leaving no way out except the header X.

Now non-modal: page modality is restored by hand instead. A new
DialogVeil primitive supplies the backdrop (Radix renders no overlay in
non-modal mode) at z-40, under dialog content (z-50) and the agent sheet
(z-60), and inert on #dash-shell blocks pointer, keyboard, and AT access
to the page behind while the sheet (a body-level sibling) stays live.
The lazy-load fallback dialog on /invoices gets the same treatment so a
hung or 404'd chunk cannot dead-lock the route.

a49d75db77 fix(migration): Visma pagination + chunk-insert resilience (the '300 misslyckades' case) (#1455)
* fix(providers): paginate Visma eAccounting with $page/$pagesize

eAccounting silently ignores OData $top/$skip, so every request returned
page 1 and getPaginated appended the first page TotalNumberOfPages times:
customers were imported in triplicate and invoice chunks hit unique
violations. Also stop on an empty page so a stale Meta can never loop or
duplicate.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(migration): survive bad rows in entity imports instead of failing whole chunks

One PostgREST insert per 500-row chunk is all-or-nothing, so a single
duplicate reported every row as failed ('300 misslyckades') with no cause
shown. Now: dedupe repeats within the fetched data (paging faults, source
duplicates), fall back to per-row inserts when a chunk is rejected, store
empty invoice numbers as NULL instead of colliding '', surface the first
DB error in the result UI, and mark all-failed steps with an error icon.
Sales invoices also carry remaining_amount so open invoices no longer
land as settled.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(migration): never per-row retry after a successful bulk insert with short read-back

A succeeded statement whose .select() returns fewer rows than sent means
the rows ARE in the table; retrying them one by one would duplicate every
unreturned row. Pair what came back and report the tail instead.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(migration): count stub-insert casualties as failed and sample enrichment errors

Review follow-ups: invoices dropped because their customer/supplier stub
insert errored are DB failures, not matching misses; classifying them as
noMatch rendered a green result row with the database error hidden.
Enrichment failures now also feed errorSample.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 93f81f03e8 feat(providers): WINT migration provider behind WINT_MIGRATION_ENABLED (#1446)
* feat(providers): WINT migration provider behind WINT_MIGRATION_ENABLED

Adds WINT (wint.se) as a sixth migration provider, built against the
OpenAPI specs WINT's own API host serves publicly. Tier A scope: only the
partner-facing v1 endpoints are used; the general ledger is fetched as
vouchers/accounts and rendered as SIE 4E by our own sie-builder, with
opening balances for earlier years derived backward from the current-year
Ib anchor. Auth is the user's WINT login exchanged once for a JWT pair;
the password is never stored.

Ships dark: the wizard shows a disabled "Kommer snart" card, and the
server-side /connect gate rejects WINT until WINT_MIGRATION_ENABLED=true.
Live verification against a real WINT account is still outstanding.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(providers): harden WINT provider per PR #1446 review findings

Addresses CodeRabbit and Swedish accounting review feedback in one pass:

- Ib anchor selection now uses WINT's unfiltered fiscal-year list, so an
active year outside the allowed import window can never silently anchor
the wrong year; the voucher chain is extended through the anchor and a
per-year fetch failure fails that year loudly instead of sinking the
  whole migration.
- Auth token exchange is strict: only LoginState Success with a complete
access+refresh pair mints a consent (a pair without a refresh token is
unrefreshable and would break days later).
- WintApiError no longer retains full response bodies (bounded 300-char
diagnostic; bodies can carry customer data and errors get logged).
- sie-builder refuses to render structurally invalid vouchers (missing
account number or booking date) and documents deleted-voucher gaps in a
  #PROSA record per BFL 5 kap 6-7 §.
- Account classification: 20xx is equity, 83xx is financial income.
- SIE validator accepts EUBAS97 as BAS-based (standard kontoplanstyp; it
previously produced a false non-BAS warning on every WINT/Bollbok file).
- New tests: resolveConsent WINT refresh flow, credential upsert payload
(no mail/password persisted), WINT fetch failure path, EUBAS97 warning
regression, builder invalid-data rejection, vi.clearAllMocks hygiene.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): pin EUBAS97 acceptance to the exact SIE spec value

Review follow-up on PR #1446: match EUBAS97 exactly instead of any
EUBAS* prefix, so the non-BAS kontoplan warning stays pinned to the four
kontoplanstyp values the SIE 4B spec enumerates (BAS95, BAS96, EUBAS97,
NE2007) rather than silently accepting unknown future variants.

* feat(customers): carry contact person and invoice copy recipients through migration

Extends the arcim-migration entity mapper, Fortnox provider mapper, canonical
DTOs, customer APIs (web + v1) and invoice send flows so contact person and
customer-level invoice CC/BCC addresses survive provider migrations. NULL
means unconfigured and empty means an explicit clear, so re-syncs enrich
legacy gaps without resurrecting deliberately removed values. Fortnox fixed
assets are split into a dedicated follow-up issue.

* chore(db): bump customer metadata migration past pack-slug version

Main already contains 20260803230000; keep new versions strictly newest so
Supabase branching applies them in order.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(customers): complete Customer type consumers and make enrichment payload resolvable

The preview-pdf mock customer and the makeCustomer fixture now carry the
three new metadata fields, fixing the type-check failure in Build (zero
extensions) and Vercel.

The enrichment update in the migration orchestrator now spells its payload
as an object literal typed CustomerMetadataEnrichment (absent keys drop at
serialization), so the phantom-column guard resolves the columns instead of
counting another unresolvable dynamic payload past its ceiling. The cc/bcc
guards also verify element types instead of casting.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 281cb3989d fix(build): break Turbopack chunk-name hash collision from #1385's import edge (#1394)
Since the #1385 squash-merge every production build failed with 'Two or
more assets with different content were emitted to the same output path'
on [root-of-the-server]__1ge0sz5._.js: two distinct server chunk groups
(an AWS smithy helper chunk and the withRouteContext auth chunk) hash to
the same chunk name. The graph change that tipped the chunk layout into
the colliding state was entity-mapper.ts (arcim-migration extension
entry graph) importing lib/vat/supplier-invoice-line-checks, which
drags lib/money into the extension root.

Move normalizeVatRateToFraction into an import-free leaf module
(lib/vat/vat-rate-unit.ts), re-export it from
supplier-invoice-line-checks for all existing callers, and point
entity-mapper at the leaf. Behavior is unchanged (511 targeted tests
pass); the server chunk graph returns to the pre-#1385 shape that
builds cleanly. Verified: npm run build fails on ff864ad3d and passes
with this change.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 8443062b1f fix(vat): enforce fraction unit for supplier invoice vat_rate writes (#1385)
Closes the remaining #310 write paths: credit-note item copies (web, v1,

vat_rate to the decimal-fraction unit before storage, and a NOT VALID

Jakob Wennberg 0f1c7c9365 fix(import): refuse a Bokio connection that opens a different company (#1315)
A Bokio integration token is scoped to one Bokio company and the company id is typed in by hand, so credentials for the user's other company imported that company's customers, suppliers and invoices with no error at all. Probe /companies/{id} before storing, mirroring the Bjorn Lunden /details probe, and refuse on a confident org-number mismatch.

Also surface the inbox mail body when nothing was attached: it was captured in email_body_text and never read back, which made Gmail's forwarding-confirmation mail unreadable and the forward impossible to complete.

65c6d4c178 Fix/07 27 (#1271)
* fix(enable-banking): keep bank account mappings across reconnects and surface dead sessions

A PSD2 reconnect silently moved the user's ledger mapping. Account identity
came from the provider's account uid, which does not survive a
re-authorization at every ASPSP, and a fresh connect to an already-connected
bank mints a new bank_connections row regardless. Both paths looked like "an
account we have never seen", so the allocator handed out the next free 19xx
slot and a 1930/1940/1941 mapping came back as 1942-1946 on every consent
renewal, roughly quarterly per connection.

Match on the IBAN instead. resolvePsd2LedgerAccount() finds the existing
cash_accounts row by normalized IBAN before allocating, and upsertFromPsd2
promotes that row in place rather than inserting a second one, so it keeps its
id and its linked transactions and is re-pointed at the connection that just
authorized. The previous holder's connection status is deliberately ignored:
one IBAN is one physical account, and the old row often still reads 'active'
because the bank killed the session without telling us.

The allocator also stopped treating a 19xx number as free just because no
cash_accounts row holds it. A chart imported from SIE carries the company's
real bank accounts by name with no PSD2 row behind them, which is how a SEK
company account got proposed as an unrelated brokerage account. Overflow now
skips chart-occupied numbers, falling back only when nothing unnamed is left.

Dead connections kept rendering as "Aktiv": status only ever changed when a
transaction fetch failed, so a session killed bank-side stayed healthy-looking
with a stale last_synced_at while the user read old balances as current. Add
probeSessionHealth() and run it in the daily cron over every connection that
run did not prove alive, including the ones the loop skips silently
(capability gate, all accounts deselected) and the ones parked in
pending_selection that the cron never looked at. It acts only on a definite
dead answer; anything ambiguous leaves the row alone, since a wrong flip costs
a full BankID re-authorization. The all-accounts-deselected branch is
reclassified 'synced' to 'skipped' for the same reason: it never contacts the
bank, so it must not count as proof of life. The settings row warns when an
active connection has not synced in three days or has never synced.

Which company a connection belongs to was invisible. Everything was already
scoped to ctx.companyId, so there was no cross-tenant leak, but a bank
authorized while the wrong company was active looked identical to the right
one. Name the company on the connect surface and in the account picker, and
say where the connection went when the callback lands under a different active
company. Warn (bypassably) before authorizing a bank where the same user
already holds live connections in other companies: several ASPSPs allow one
active AIS session per login, so the new authorization can kill the others.

The history start date already defaulted to the fiscal-year start; the card
above it recommended a mid-year date and contradicted the selected option. It
now states the fact and offers the shortcut without presenting it as advice.

Not addressed: sharing one PSD2 session across companies. company_id is the
tenancy anchor on bank_connections and cash_accounts hangs off
(company_id, bank_connection_id), so that needs the session to become its own
entity. See DECISIONS.md.

* fix(supplier-invoices): show the posted line description in the voucher preview

The "Verifikation som bokförs" preview built its expense debit lines with
description set to the raw account number, so the BESKRIVNING column showed
"5615" or "6990" where the posted verifikat actually says "Leverantörsfaktura
123, ACME AB". A hardcoded 11-entry ACCOUNT_LABELS map masked this for
2440/2641/26xx, which is why the column read as a mix of friendly labels and
bare account numbers, neither of which was the posted text.

The preview now renders exactly the line_description the engine writes: the
shared invoice-level text on expense lines and 2440, "Ingående moms {rate}%
{desc}" on 2641, and the reverse-charge pair taken straight from
generateReverseChargeLines instead of being re-derived locally.
buildSupplierDescription moves into its own dependency-free module so the
client-side preview can call it without pulling the journal engine (and its
Supabase server client) into the browser bundle. The account name stays
reachable on the AccountNumber hover card.

Picked option A from the issue, keeping the fixed invoice-level description
rather than propagating each item's own text: the customer-invoice side
already writes invoice-level descriptions, so per-item text would create an
inconsistency between the two invoice sides rather than remove one, and it
would need an aggregation-collision policy in the journal engine. Rationale
recorded in DECISIONS.md.

* fix(bookkeeping): restore the copy icon on verifikat rows

The row-language rewrite in #1123 reused the copy icon's slot for the new
expand toggle, removing the zero-click copy affordance from the bookkeeping
list without mentioning it. The leftover orphaned copy_voucher_tooltip key
in both message files is what identifies it as collateral rather than a
product decision.

Restore a copy icon in the row's right-edge action cell, reusing that key
for aria-label and title. stopPropagation keeps the click off the row's
expand toggle. The icon is hover-revealed on md+ and always visible below
it: #1123 collapsed the desktop table and the mobile card into one
responsive table, so hover-only would leave touch users with nothing.

Copy is no longer gated on posted. The copy_from handler and the GET
journal-entries route never looked at status, so copying a draft already
worked end-to-end and only the detail-page button hid it; the two list
surfaces were already ungated. Both list affordances now respect canWrite,
which previously dropped read-only users into a dialog they could not
submit.

The repo does not render components in tests, which is why #1123 removed
this silently. Pin the source shape instead, the same way the copy-invoice
query is pinned.

* fix(transactions): revalidate stale invoice match pointers before offering a match

potential_invoice_id / potential_supplier_invoice_id are written once, at bank
import, and never revisited. When one of several identical recurring invoices
was settled by a different transaction, every other transaction kept pointing
at the now fully paid invoice. The match dialog then measured the bank amount
against a 0 kr remaining balance and reported a "Beloppen skiljer sig ...
fakturan blir delbetald" partial payment, and the worklist offered the same
dead suggestion as a one-click confirm row.

Worse, the manual escape hatch was hidden exactly when it was needed:
TransactionInboxCard only shows "Matcha mot leverantörsfaktura" when no
suggestion exists, so a stale pointer left the user with no way at all to
reach the correct invoice.

Fixed by revalidating at read time rather than by clearing sibling pointers on
settle. Invoices are settled through many paths (both match routes, mark-paid,
MCP, bank reconciliation, SIE import), so write-time cleanup leaks the moment
one is missed, while the candidate lookup covers every route into the list.
The shared accept-lists in lib/invoices/matchable-statuses.ts mirror the CAS
guards the match routes already enforce.

  - listSuggestedMatches and the transactions page candidate fetch filter on
status + remaining_amount, so a settled candidate yields no suggestion and
the manual picker reappears on its own.
  - InvoiceMatchDialog blocks a settled target with a distinct message and a
disabled confirm. Not advisory: both routes reject it outright with
    MATCH_INVOICE_ALREADY_PAID / MATCH_SI_ALREADY_PAID, so no override could
    succeed.
  - The supplier detail card now shows remaining_amount like the customer
branch, instead of total. On a partially paid invoice it used to print
    "1 250 kr" directly beside "Differens: 1 250 kr".
  - match-supplier-invoice clears potential_supplier_invoice_id on the
transaction it just matched, mirroring the customer route.

No bookkeeping was ever at risk: both routes already refused a settled target
before creating a voucher. The damage was confined to a misleading dialog and
a dead end.

createQueuedMockSupabase gains passive call recording (calls / findCall /
findCalls) because the proxy swallowed filter and update arguments, which made
the new assertions inexpressible.

* feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick (#1256)

* feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick

The webhook dispatcher ran only on a per-minute cron, so the floor on
delivery latency was up to 60 seconds plus the request. An external consumer
that wanted to react as a transaction landed had only one alternative:
polling /api/events, which the 100 rpm per-key limit makes expensive and
which still cannot beat the tick interval.

Schedules one dispatch cycle as soon as deliveries are enqueued. The cron is
unchanged and remains the retry and sweep path; this only moves the first
attempt forward. Wired into the event-bus fanout plus the two routes that
enqueue a delivery directly: the :test verb, whose entire purpose is telling
someone whether their receiver works, and the manual delivery retry.

Three properties are load-bearing and covered by tests. The kick is never
awaited, because eventBus.emit is awaited at ~99 call sites including
journal_entry.committed and each delivery can burn a 10 s receiver timeout.
It coalesces per function instance, so a bulk booking that emits once per row
does not schedule one claim round trip per row. It claims 5 rows rather than
the cron's 50, because it runs on the tail of a user-facing request.

Double delivery is not a risk: claim_due_webhook_deliveries already claims
FOR UPDATE SKIP LOCKED and flips rows to in_flight in the same statement, so
a kick racing the cron sees disjoint rows.

Does not close #1201, which asks for a realtime stream for API consumers.
This is the cheap half.

Refs #1201

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(webhooks): stop claiming the kick makes double delivery impossible

Adversarial review of the previous commit caught an overstatement in its own
comments. SKIP LOCKED keeps a kick and the cron from claiming the same row at
the same moment, but claim_due_webhook_deliveries autocommits before any POST
is issued, so from then on ownership is only status='in_flight' and a later
cycle's recoverStuckInFlight sweep can re-arm a row still queued behind an
earlier cycle's serial loop.

Delivery is at-least-once, which is what the public docs already tell
receivers ("the same delivery id may arrive more than once ... idempotency is
on you"). The comments contradicted that.

No behaviour change. The kick does not create this window: the cron claims 50
rows serially against the same 20 s stuck threshold, which is wider than what
a batch of 5 can open.

* fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base (#1253)

* fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base

sumPostedYearEndDispositions reconstructs resultat fore skatt for the tax
calculation, because generateIncomeStatement excludes every
source_type='year_end' entry. It summed class 88 and 7533 but not 78xx, so
planenlig avskrivning posted by the bokslut flow
(lib/bokslut/assets/depreciation-engine.ts) was dropped from the income
statement and never added back. The bolagsskatt base and the
periodiseringsfond 25 % cap were therefore computed on an overstated result:
tax too high by roughly 20.6 % of the depreciation.

Also exclude the period's final bokslutsverifikation from the fetch. It
carries source_type='year_end' as well and reverses every P&L account,
78xx/88xx/7533 included (verified against production closing entries), so
once the year is closed it would cancel the add-back this function exists to
produce. That hazard already applied to 88xx and 7533; the fix closes it for
all three rather than widening it.

Scope is deliberately the tax base only. Making the standalone
resultatrakning show bokslut entries is a separate, larger change: the same
exclusion is duplicated in the kpi_report_aggregates RPC, it moves displayed
profit for every company that ran the bokslut flow, and it means removing
the add-back at four call sites.

* fix(bokslut): scope the closing-entry lookup to the company and fail loudly

Review (CodeRabbit + the compliance swarm, ASVS V8.2.1) flagged the new
fiscal_periods read in sumPostedYearEndDispositions on two counts, both fair.

It filtered only on the period id while every sibling query in the same
function carries the tenant scope. Primary key or not, service-role paths
have no RLS to fall back on and the repo's rule is to filter company_id
explicitly, so it now does.

It also discarded the query error. That mattered more than it looks: a failed
read fell through to closingEntryId = null, which silently re-admits the
closing verifikat's 78xx/88xx reversals and understates the tax base, i.e.
exactly the failure this lookup was added to prevent. It now throws, and the
surrounding catch turns it into the existing 'Failed to read posted
dispositions' error. A wrong bolagsskatt is worse than a loud failure.

Two regression tests: the lookup carries both eq filters, and a lookup
failure propagates instead of degrading to a wrong number.

* fix(storage): drop the client-side DELETE policy on the documents bucket (#1254)

* fix(storage): drop the client-side DELETE policy on the documents bucket

20240101000024 documents this bucket as WORM: "No UPDATE or DELETE policies".
That described the repo, not production. Production carries a
users_delete_own_documents policy that exists in no migration file:

  FOR DELETE TO authenticated
  USING (bucket_id = 'documents'
         AND (storage.foldername(name))[2] = auth.uid()::text)

Under it, the uploading user can delete the storage bytes of any document
they uploaded under the legacy documents/{userId}/... layout, using nothing
but their normal browser token. That includes documents linked to a posted
verifikat, which are rakenskapsinformation under the BFL 7 kap 2 § seven-year
retention duty. deleteDocument()'s linked-check and the
block_document_deletion() trigger both guard the document_attachments ROW,
not the object: the row survives, still pointing at a file that is gone.

Reproduced against a local replay of the full migration stream: with the
policy present the uploader's own DELETE removes the object; with it dropped
the same statement matches zero rows. Company-scoped keys were never exposed
(their second path segment is the company id, not auth.uid()), so this only
ever reached the legacy layout, which is where most documents still live.

Safe because every in-app remove() on this bucket already runs on the service
role, covered by service_role_all_documents.

Deliberately narrow: users_read_own_documents and users_upload_own_documents
stay. The Phase B backfill from 20260726092000 has not run, so dropping the
legacy SELECT policy now would make existing documents unreadable. That is
Phase C.

The pg-real test asserts no DELETE and no UPDATE policy over the bucket under
ANY name: the hole arrived under a name this repo never used, so pinning a
name would not have caught it.

* test(storage): make the WORM ratchet see FOR ALL and WITH CHECK policies

Review caught two blind spots in the ratchet, both fair. It matched only
polcmd 'd' and 'w', but polcmd '*' (FOR ALL) grants DELETE and UPDATE just as
effectively, and FOR ALL is the shape the one legitimate policy on this table
already uses, so a hostile one would look unremarkable in the catalogue. It
also read only polqual, so an UPDATE policy carrying its bucket restriction in
WITH CHECK was invisible.

Both assertions now run through one helper that covers d/w/*, concatenates
USING and WITH CHECK, and filters by grantee so service_role_all_documents
(how the application does its authorized deletes) is excluded while every
client-reachable role is not. A policy granted to PUBLIC has an empty
polroles, which is the most permissive case there is, so it is treated as
client-reachable rather than as "no roles".

Matching on the substring rather than the exact `bucket_id = 'documents'`
shape pg_get_expr emits today: a policy written as bucket_id::text or with the
comparison reversed would slip past a stricter match, and for a WORM ratchet a
false alarm is cheap while a silent hole is not.

Adds a probe case that creates a FOR ALL policy and asserts the helper sees
it, so the main assertion cannot pass vacuously. That case earned its keep
immediately: it caught that node-postgres hands back a raw string for a name[]
column, so the role filter needed rolname::text to work at all.

Verified against a local replay of the full migration stream: red with the
original prod FOR DELETE policy present, red with a FOR ALL probe, green
without either. Full pg-real suite 933 passed.

* test(storage): catch a destructive policy that names no bucket at all

Adversarial review of the previous commit found the ratchet still failed
open, and reproduced it: a policy with no bucket_id predicate covers EVERY
bucket, documents included, so gating on the bucket name discarded exactly
the widest hole. The concrete shape is Supabase's own stock "Enable delete for
users based on user_id" template, USING (auth.uid() = owner), which is the
single most likely form of a future dashboard edit.

A destructive policy is now in scope unless it provably cannot reach this
bucket, i.e. only a bucket_id predicate naming some other bucket exempts it.

The behavioural assertions had the matching blind spot: fixtures were seeded
without an owner, so an owner-based policy matched NULL and the DELETE
reported 0 rows for the wrong reason. Objects now carry an owner the way
storage-api stamps them in production, so those tests fail loudly instead of
passing by accident.

Two probes pin both directions: a bucketless policy must be reported (and is
shown to really permit the delete), and a policy scoped to another bucket must
not be, so the ratchet cannot start crying wolf on receipts or sie-files and
get switched off.

Verified against a local replay of the full migration stream: red with the
stock bucketless template installed, green without it. Full pg-real suite 935
passed.

* fix(kontoplan): make a deactivated account reachable again (#1262)

is_active=false read as "does not exist" on every read path but as "exists"
on the (company_id, account_number) unique constraint, so a deactivated
account vanished from the kontoplan with no way back and re-creating it
answered "Kontonummer X finns redan i din kontoplan."

The write side was already correct: POST /accounts/activate has a
toReactivate branch and PUT /accounts/[number] accepts is_active:true.
Both were simply unreachable, so this opens routes to them rather than
relaxing the read filters, which are load-bearing for
AccountsNotInChartError.

- Kontoplan gets a "Visa inaktiva" filter; inactive rows carry an "Inaktiv"
chip and the existing per-row switch reactivates them in one click.
- Deactivating an account that has posted lines now warns first, using the
usage count already loaded for the Verifikat column.
- POST /accounts distinguishes the two collisions and returns the new
ACCOUNT_EXISTS_INACTIVE code; AddAccountDialog offers "Aktivera kontot
istallet" rather than a dead-end 409. The stored account is left exactly
as it was; values typed into the failed create form are not applied.
- bas-lookup consults the company's own chart before the static BAS
reference, so a deactivated custom account reads as known and
"Aktivera och bokfor" is no longer disabled for it. New in_chart /
is_active fields let callers tell "will be added" from "will be revived".
- BAS-katalog stops showing "Aktiverat" for an account the company holds
but has deactivated; it falls through to a relabelled Aktivera button,
  and the per-class counts follow.

* fix(supplier-invoices): flag foreign 0 % lines with reverse charge switched off (#1255)

* fix(supplier-invoices): flag foreign 0 % lines with reverse charge switched off

A foreign supplier charging no Swedish VAT is normally omvand
skattskyldighet. With the reverse-charge switch off,
createSupplierInvoiceRegistrationEntry emits neither the 26x4 output leg nor
the 44xx/45xx basis lines, so ruta 20-24, 30-32 and 48 all stay empty and the
momsdeklaration takes a shape Skatteverket rejects. For a fully deductible
purchase the net moms att betala is unchanged, which is exactly why this goes
unnoticed. The form already auto-ticks reverse charge for eu_business but not
for non_eu_business, so that path slips through silently.

Adds a pure helper plus a non-blocking banner cloned from the existing
rc_account_warning block. Deliberately silent for swedish_business, where 0 %
is a genuine exemption that belongs in no ruta at all, and phrased as a
question rather than an assertion: a non-EU goods purchase cleared at customs
is legitimately 0 % without reverse charge, and pushing that user into
ticking the switch would manufacture a new wrong verifikat.

Does not add the exempt/import/other picker the issue proposes:
supplier_invoices.vat_treatment is metadata that no booking or ruta mapping
reads, and the codebase cannot book import VAT at all, so an import option
would imply ruta 50/60 were handled when they are not.

* fix(supplier-invoices): name the local-VAT case in the foreign 0 % hint

Review flagged that the most common foreign document a Swedish small company
sees is an invoice carrying the supplier's OWN local VAT, booked at 0 %
Swedish VAT with reverse charge correctly off. The banner fires there, and
the previous copy only offered "momsfri av annat skal, till exempel en
varuimport" as the way out, which does not describe that invoice at all: it
is not VAT-free, it carries foreign VAT.

Names both legitimate cases explicitly and says 0 % is correct in them, so
the hint cannot read as an instruction to tick reverse charge on a purchase
where that would produce a wrong verifikat. Title also narrowed to "utan
svensk moms" for the same reason.

* feat(sandbox): call the sandbox assistant Assistenten, not Anna (#1244)

A named persona earns its name once someone has been through onboarding and
chosen it: it is their assistant and they named it. Nobody in the sandbox chose
anything, so a first name reads as a character the product invented and implies
a relationship the visitor never opted into.

Both halves move together, which is the point. profile_summary is the agent's
own self-description inside the system prompt, so leaving it as "Du är Anna"
would have the header say one thing while the assistant introduces itself as
another in its first sentence. Nothing else in the stack checks that pairing,
so a test now does.

Scope: this changes the seed, so new sandbox companies get the new name. The
483 sandbox profiles already seeded keep 'Anna' (the seeder returns early once a
profile exists, and its caller only runs while verified_at is null). Backfilling
those is a production write on demo data and is being raised separately rather
than smuggled into a code change.

* feat(reports): show the last posted voucher per series in report headers

Adds a "Senaste bokforda verifikat: A 214, B 37" line to the balans- and
resultatrapport, so a printed or exported report answers which vouchers are
actually in it rather than only which dates it spans (#1267).

Reads MAX(voucher_number) over posted entries, never
voucher_sequences.last_number. The sequence counter is an allocation
high-water mark that drifts from the books in both directions:
next_voucher_number burns a number when the follow-up insert fails,
delete_last_voucher decrements by one instead of resetting to the new MAX,
and pre-RPC SIE imports left it behind. Since the point of the line is
avstamning, an allocated number would send a reconciler chasing a gap that
does not exist, so the label says plainly that the number is the posted one.

Scoped to the report own date range, so a Q1 report printed in November says
something true about Q1. The balansrapport keeps the fiscal-year start as its
lower bound because it accumulates. Skipped on a dimension-filtered
resultatrapport: that report already discloses it is partial, and an
unfiltered voucher range beside a filtered result invites the wrong
conclusion.

Populated in both engines, so the JSON, PDF and XLSX routes all inherit it
without signature changes. Best-effort: a header nicety never breaks a
report. The pure formatter lives in its own module so the client view does
not pull the Supabase query path into the browser bundle. No new i18n keys;
both report views and the PDF template are hard-coded Swedish per the
"stays Swedish" report surfaces in .claude/rules/i18n.md.

* fix(customers): stop rendering personnummer ciphertext, make unreadable rows editable, add a reveal path (#1263)

customers.personal_number holds AES-256-GCM ciphertext (20260726110000).
Three defects compounded into one broken surface for private customers.

The list queried Supabase from the browser with select('*') and rendered the
raw value, 76-82 chars of hex, into the nowrap identifier cell. It now reads
GET /api/customers, which already masks every row, so the ciphertext never
leaves the server. Searching by personnummer works again: the client filter
had been matching against ciphertext and could never hit.

A row whose value cannot be decrypted renders as the placeholder
'********-????'. None of the three mask checks recognised it, each having its
own '-1234'-only copy, so such a customer could not be edited in ANY field:
name and address edits 400'd on a personnummer the user had no way to
correct. All three now share one pattern from the new crypto-free
lib/customers/mask-personal-number.ts, which the client form can import.
Typing a fresh personnummer overwrites the unreadable value, which is the
only repair possible: the rejected writes failed whole INSERTs, so there is
nothing to backfill.

The value was write-only by construction. GET
/api/customers/{id}/personal-number is the deliberate drill-in, mirroring the
employee convention, gated on the write role because .compliance/ropa.yaml
listed no_full_value_read_endpoint as a safeguard for this column; that entry
is rewritten rather than left stale, and reveals log actor and customer id
but never the value.

Also: arcim-migration wrote the identity number as plaintext, which aborts
any import containing a Privatperson with 23514 since the constraint flip;
and the customer embeds on /api/invoices shipped ciphertext to the browser on
every invoice read.

* feat: enhance ruta 05 handling for dynamic revenue accounts

- Introduced `fetchDynamicRuta05Accounts` to fetch company-specific revenue accounts marked with a VAT rate, addressing issue #1261.
- Updated VAT declaration logic to include these dynamic accounts in ruta 05 calculations, ensuring accurate reporting for user-added accounts.
- Modified `ACCOUNT_RUTA` to include account 3000 for completeness in ruta 05.
- Enhanced tests to validate the inclusion of user-added revenue accounts in ruta 05 and ensure correct VAT calculations.
- Seeded default VAT rates for BAS revenue accounts to ensure proper classification in the VAT declaration.

* fix: enhance data handling and masking in customer and invoice APIs

* fix(vat): resolve the 3000 gruppkonto's rate for the ruta 05 base split

3000 "Forsaljning inom Sverige" is mapped to ruta05 by ACCOUNT_RUTA, so a
balance on it is filed in the right box already. What was missing is the
rate split: unlike 3001/3002/3003 the account number carries no sats, and
fetchDynamicRuta05Accounts skipped it because it is in ACCOUNT_TO_BOX. A
company posting to the gruppkonto therefore got a ruta 05 total that
breakdown.invoices.base25/12/6 did not add up to.

Surface those rates separately as staticRateByAccount: rate-only on
purpose, because the static map already sums the account and adding it to
the dynamic account list would double the filed figure. A test pins that
single-count property.

Also add 3000 to the MCP server's RUTA_05_ACCOUNTS, which is the display
list behind report.rutor.ruta05: without it a 3000 balance appeared in the
filed projection but not in the report the agent reads back.

The comment claiming SALES_OUTPUT_VAT_SHORTFALL reads base25/12/6 was
wrong and is corrected. That check derives its expected base from the
output-VAT rutor (ruta10/0.25 + ruta11/0.12 + ruta12/0.06); nothing reads
the per-rate bases, which are reporting metadata. So the incomplete split
never affected a filed return or a warning, only the breakdown.

* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership

The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no
company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise,
while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and
retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could
hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production.

Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already
carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from
COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then
revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised
statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that
are not repeated.

userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a
NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile
rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime.

* fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side

The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain
base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was
minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned
a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post
the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's
consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger.

State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row,
consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and
expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing.
provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client.
provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up.

Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status
oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before
the scoped check ran.

* fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A)

The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were
documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a
member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept
direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank
statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in
20260416120000; this bucket was left behind.

Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the
uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and
reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which
drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining
legacy prefix objects.

The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid
the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a
uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix
qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail
the whole query instead of filtering the row out.

deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored
pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to
erase.

* fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events

This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no
downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify
company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and
was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key
falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went
straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user
had been removed from the company kept reading.

Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members
with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead
of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return
a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error
strings with the canonical envelope.

Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is
gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every
other v1 read endpoint.

* perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds

A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced
fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and
had become the top application consumer of production database time:
measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds
of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at
7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on
the booking path.

PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a
correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops
Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole
journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side
instead turns that into two indexed round trips.

Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent
entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove
a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at
PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling.

Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query
stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the
truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The
accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead,
since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows.

commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the
read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check.

* fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at

Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh
next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column,
which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor
timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never
applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped
on the newest rows indefinitely.

The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap;
the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with
an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly.
ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change
sort semantics on the route that currently works.

Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every
business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and
date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had
them.

The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters,
because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug
is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard
iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging.

* fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash

The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query
string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow
documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same
Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and
wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a
write that never happened.

dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional
boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write,
and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail
the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call
sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent
cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all.

* ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review

The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so
was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and
re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to
5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0.

Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so
an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still
finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH
would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was
rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the
full tree.

The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that
package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift
went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the
lockfile, never workflow files.

* build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json

vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were
byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent
recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up
idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of
daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily.

Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the
whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into
the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its
extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were
already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which
settles the intent.

documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession:
the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is
capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the
integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention.

webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day
on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since
the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line
place to change that.

A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list,
and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they
are named rather than silently rotting.

* chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink

There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel
retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven
code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry
captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug
fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email.

This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a
no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an
adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined
by next.config.ts.

Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger
and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application
data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink
calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry
personnummer and financial data.

verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without
touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated
without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The
threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing
the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible.

The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code
actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client
side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not
forwarded.

* fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces

Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with
one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven
to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open
decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md.

Structural roots closed:
- resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking
1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING
- ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document,
not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed
- sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the
exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed
- tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed
CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all
  four baselines now empty
- three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import,
  ungated-extension-route

Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap),
RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag
resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent
polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure
and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/
Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites
with isSwedishUserMessage extended.

Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice,
recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep
work and are verified green together.

13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge.
20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new
DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres).

Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0
errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500.

* fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version

origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping
our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase
apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time.

* fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices

A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and
~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass:

- replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for
service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid()
(impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a
Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo
- bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of
writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns
- credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no
  cross-tenant figures in exception text
- link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end
- personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE
- same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book
realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse
- receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts
- period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap
- documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout
reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source
sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping
- invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression),
duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran
- match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat)
- refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window)
- KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint
- personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools
- worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths
- MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit
on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk
- observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted
stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True,
cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings
  call removed)

Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers
are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md.

* feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests

* fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215

pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role
GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the
invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() =
'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the
shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a
fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher
migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text,
reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the
null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use
public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved.

Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form
instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column,
and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt
failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's
staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit
path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and
gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no
longer renders as already filed.

Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern
(all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000).

* fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215

- restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the
NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version
never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch
- replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap
warning texts and update the pinned test expectations
- drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment
- strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests

renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s
default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(review): remediate the 2026-07-27 compliance and security review findings

- ROT/RUT deduction base is arbetskostnaden INKLUSIVE moms (HUSFL 2009:194
6-9 par.): computeDeduction takes the line vat_rate, all five call sites
pass it, and tests pin Skatteverkets worked example (18 000 kr excl =
  22 500 incl, ROT 6 750).
- Momsdeklaration: new SALES_OUTPUT_VAT_SHORTFALL warning catches output VAT
short of the reported sales base (one-directional, never filing-blocking).
- SIE import: #RAR records validated for every year index (dates, ordering,
  18-month BFL cap as warn-and-keep).
- build-invoice-write: SEK invoices populate the *_sek twin columns (rate 1)
so both creation paths produce the same row shape.
- CI: daily Trivy SCA scan of the npm lockfile (replaces removed Dependabot);
compliance review fails loudly on empty review.md.
- arcim migration FX logging routed through the redacting structured logger.
- docs/security/: authorization policy for the SIE bulk-delete RPC pair and
  the observability redaction contract.
- Rewrote the swedish-payroll ob-overtime reference (was a byte-identical
copy of sick-pay.md); skills:generate emitted the atom-body seed migration.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 f24b26a139 fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership

* fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A)

Removing only the stored
pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to
erase.

The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry
run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and
SHA-256 identical before repointing the row.

data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink
calls that bypass the logger.

* fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version

origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping
our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase
apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time.

* fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices

A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and
~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass:

- replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for
service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid()
(impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a
Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo
- bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of
writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns
- credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no
  cross-tenant figures in exception text
- link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end
- personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE
- same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book
realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse
- receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts
- period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap
- documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout
reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source
sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping
- invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression),
duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran
- match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat)
- refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window)
- KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint
- personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools
- worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths
- MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit
on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk
- observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted
stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True,
cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings
  call removed)

Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers
are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md.

* feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests

* fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215

pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role
GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the
invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() =

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 288915c152 Fix/fdb fr usrs (#1125)
* fix(invoices): return attachment filename in delivery history summaries

The 20260723003000 hardening dropped attachment_filename from
list_invoice_delivery_summaries, so the delivery history UI always fell
back to the generic "faktura.pdf" label. Recreate the RPC with the
filename included: it is derived from company name, customer name,
invoice number, and date, all already visible to every company member,
so the minimization boundary is unchanged. Addresses stay masked and
message content, BCC, and checksums stay server-side.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(reconciliation): surface own-account transfer legs in match-to-voucher by default

The second (incoming) leg of a transfer between two of the company's own
bank accounts was hidden in the 'Matcha mot befintlig verifikation' dialog
because the voucher counted as 'already matched' once its outgoing leg was
linked, even though the incoming account's line had no settling transaction.
Users read the empty default list as 'the app won't let me link this'.

get_account_gl_lines_for_matching now counts links per settlement account:
a transaction provably on another cash account no longer marks the voucher
as matched for the requested account, so the unsettled transfer leg surfaces
by default (and auto-selects on an exact match). Same-account N:1 stays
behind the 'Visa aven matchade verifikationer' opt-in, and transactions
without a resolvable cash account conservatively keep counting everywhere.
get_unlinked_gl_lines is deliberately untouched (feeds auto-reconcile).

Companion guard: mark_entry_as_opening_balance now refuses entries with
linked bank transactions, since half-settled transfer vouchers became
reachable in the reconciliation view's unmatched table where 'Mark som IB'
renders; re-tagging one would strand its transaction against a movement-
excluded entry. getReconciliationStatus counts unmatched GL lines with the
account-scoped RPC so the status card agrees with the table.

Fixes #1026

* perf(api): cut prod p95 latency via local JWT auth, single-RT company resolution, and report aggregate RPCs

Baseline 2026-07-23 (487 prod samples): p50 160ms, p95 480ms, 13% of
requests over 300ms. Target: p95 under 300ms.

- requireAuth: verify JWTs locally via getClaims (ES256/JWKS) instead of
a second network getUser per request; getUser fallback keeps HS256
self-hosted and existing test mocks working; middleware still
  revocation-checks every /api request
- resolve_active_company RPC (20260723161000): one round trip replaces
2-3 queries in getActiveCompanyId and middleware; PGRST202/42501 fall
back to the legacy query path
- arsredovisning build-data: ~33 sequential round trips down to ~7,
  output byte-identical (snapshot-proven)
- currency rate route: stop bypassing the exchange_rates cache (missing
supabase arg caused an external Riksbanken call on every request)
- document.get: parallelize row fetch, signed URL and audit event
- list_company_accounts RPC (20260723170000): accounts list in one round
trip instead of paging past PostgREST's 1000-row cap
- vat-declaration route: drop a dead sequential company_settings query
- get_kpi_report_aggregates RPC (20260723180000): KPI report's three
full-period line scans collapsed into one aggregate call; dimension-
  filtered path unchanged
- lint: fix 9 baseline errors, downgrade 4 react-hooks compiler rules to
warn, zero the eslint baseline ratchet

All four gates green: lint 0 errors, 9163 tests, check:guards, build.
Migrations applied idempotently to staging only; prod receives them via
Supabase branching on merge.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(review): resolve PR review findings across auth, VAT declaration, and IB retag

- requireAuth getClaims fast path: pin iss (project URL) and aud
('authenticated'), log every fallback to getUser (ASVS V9.1 finding)
- remove the ignored accountingMethod parameter from calculateVatDeclaration
and the dead company_settings.accounting_method reads in xlsx/pdf/eskd
routes; v1 API keeps accepting the query param but documents it as a no-op
- close the mark_entry_as_opening_balance TOCTOU race with a transactions
  trigger (20260723190000, FOR KEY SHARE on journal_entries) + pg tests;
applied to staging and smoke-verified both directions
- re-add the 42501 tenant guard to branch-local migration 20260723160000
(function body had silently reverted to the pre-20260619130100 definition)
- document the buildK3Noter tbFullRows full-TB contract (uppskjuten skatt
opening balance per BFNAR 2012:1 ch.29)
- add KPI VAT-liability test covering reduced-rate output accounts 2621/2631

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(db): use NULL-safe caller_is_company_member in opening-balance retag guard

The re-added tenant guard carried the pre-20260703180000 raw
NOT IN (SELECT user_company_ids()) pattern, which the
null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet blocks. Staging re-synced.

Jonas Hagberg 378611a2dc fix(arcim-migration): dedup underlag per verifikat and sniff file type from bytes (#1065)
First production sweep of /import-documents (921 Bokio receipts) surfaced
two defects that together dropped 7 of 666 resolvable receipts:

- The idempotency key was company-wide (company_id, sha256), but the same
file content legitimately backs several verifikat (one arrende contract
attached to each year's arrende voucher, one insurance letter on two
vouchers). The second and later verifikat silently lost their underlag.
  The key is now (company_id, sha256, journal_entry_id).

- Bokio's uploads list occasionally declares the wrong contentType (a JPEG
stored as image/png); magic-byte validation then correctly rejects the
mismatch, failing a perfectly good receipt. The importer now sniffs the
real format from the bytes (detectFileMagic, now exported from the
document service) and only falls back to the declared type when no
signature is recognised. The synthesised filename extension follows the
  effective type.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Sonnet 5 ec27228a8e style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests,
and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than
house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon
for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal
ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for
paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by
hand together to keep sv/en in sync.

Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than
decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex,
charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE
encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the
agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and
a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte.

Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in
ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial
pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it
exists to verify.

Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27
SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes,
with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above.

Jonas Hagberg 4f96ce920a fix(arcim-migration): dedup customers/suppliers by name when org-number is absent (#788)
The register import skips already-imported customers and suppliers by
org-number only. Records without an org-number (private-person customers,
suppliers like PostNord/IKANO) can never match, so every re-sync re-creates
them — and their invoices — producing 2x, 3x, 4x duplicate rows.

The nameToCustomerId / nameToSupplierId maps were already built and populated
but never consulted for dedup. Use them as a fallback: match on org-number
when present, otherwise on name. This mirrors the sales-invoice customer-stub
path, which already keys on `org ?? name`. When an org-number is present we
still match on it alone, avoiding false-positive name collisions across
distinct legal entities.

Jonas Hagberg 96989f1cde fix(arcim-migration): treat 12-digit Swedish numbers as domestic + route personnummer to personal_number (#799)
Customer/supplier type inference flagged any identity number whose digit
count was not exactly 10 as a foreign org number, so a 12-digit
century-prefixed personnummer (e.g. 19700616-7113) was misclassified as
non_eu_business instead of swedish_business — applying export VAT to a
domestic party. Recognize both 10- and 12-digit (19xx/20xx) Swedish numbers
via a new looksLikeSwedishIdNumber helper.

Separately, mapCustomer always wrote the provider's single identity-number
field into org_number, even for individuals. The customer form renders
personal_number for individuals (org_number for businesses), so a
Privatperson's personnummer was stored in a column the UI hides. Route the
number to personal_number for individuals.

Adds entity-mapper-customer-type unit tests.

Jonas Hagberg 47f03f4238 feat(arcim): import Bokio underlag and link to verifikat (#786) (#813)
* feat(arcim): import Bokio underlag and link to verifikat

Adds an optional, re-runnable step that pages the Bokio /uploads, resolves
each receipt's target verifikat via the SIE-preserved voucher number, and
archives it through the document service linked to the journal entry. Closes
the gap where neither the SIE GL import nor the entity import carries the
receipts/underlag attached to each verifikat.

- lib/providers/bokio: getBytes() binary download + an attachments resource
module (uploads list, GUID->voucher index, per-upload download); pageSize
capped at 100, file type taken from the upload's contentType since the
  download is octet-stream
- importProviderDocuments: bulk in-memory resolution keyed on (fiscal period,
series, number) — scoped per fiscal year because Bokio restarts numbering at
  V1 each year; idempotent on (company_id, sha256) so re-runs don't duplicate
  the undeletable BFL-linked rows
- POST /import-documents route, kept off the migration critical path because
the Bokio document API is rate-limited (200 req/60s)
- journal_entry_id link only for v1; reuses the document-service link path
(same module as #804) rather than forking it

Closes #786

* fix(arcim): stable pagination order + account for unresolvable receipts

Addresses two findings from a Codex review pass on the import step:

- Add .order('id') to the paged journal_entries / document_attachments /
fiscal_periods reads. fetchAllRows pages with .range(), and PostgREST paging
without a deterministic order can skip/repeat rows once a table exceeds one
page (journal_entries crosses 1000 across several migrated years), which
would defeat both voucher resolution and the sha256 dedup.
- Keep every upload carrying a journalEntryId in scope instead of pre-filtering
on a resolvable voucher ref, so a receipt whose Bokio entry number didn't
parse (or resolves to no verifikat) is counted as unmatched rather than
silently dropped from the best-effort report.

Tests: add unresolvable-ref and zero-uploads cases; mock now supports .order().

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.8 5bacda4839 fix(vat): drop personnummer century so enskild firma VAT number is SE+12 not SE+14 (#796)
* fix(vat): drop personnummer century so enskild firma VAT number is SE+12 not SE+14

Onboarding derived the VAT number as SE${orgNumber}01. For an enskild firma the
org number is a 12-digit personnummer, producing SE + 14 digits, which fails the
^SE\d{12}$ validation — the pre-filled value is re-submitted on save and the tax
settings page becomes unsavable.

New shared helper lib/vat/vat-number.ts (normalize/validate/derive, reusing
normalizeOrgNumber to drop the century + Luhn-validate). UpdateSettingsSchema,
the onboarding wizard, the onboarding upsert in lib/company/actions.ts, and the
arcim-migration provider import all route through it. Backfill migration repairs
existing SE+14 rows to SE+12 (idempotent, scoped to ^SE\d{14}$ only).

* chore(arcim): warn when a provider VAT number is dropped as malformed

The provider VAT guard silently discarded a value that doesn't normalise to a
valid SE+12 momsregistreringsnummer. Emit a structured warn (provider +
company, no raw value — it can embed a personnummer) so consistently-bad
provider data is observable rather than invisible. Addresses the OWASP V16
logging finding on the arcim VAT-normalisation change in this PR.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 db8983ba9e Add/bokslut (#718)
* feat(arcim-migration): Briox provider with SIE-over-API import

- Briox auth via account ID + application token (no app-level
credentials); both tokens rotate on refresh and are persisted
- New sie-fetcher pulls the general ledger as SIE through the
provider API for Fortnox, Briox and Bjorn Lunden
- Wizard stops on a failed SIE import and surfaces the real errors
instead of proceeding to the misleading migrate-guard message
- PROVIDER_SIE_ONLY_FORTNOX renamed to PROVIDER_SIE_NOT_SUPPORTED;
new PROVIDER_TOKEN_INVALID for rejected provider credentials

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bookkeeping): per-line accruals (periodisering) on invoices and supplier invoices

Defer revenue/costs per invoice line to 29xx/17xx interim accounts with
automatic monthly dissolution (nightly cron + catch-up at registration),
schedule cancellation on credit, year-end auto-detect exclusion for
already-scheduled invoices, invoice-inbox service-period extraction for
prefill, and an MCP tool to list schedules.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bokslut): iXBRL arsredovisning generation and Bolagsverket digital filing

Generate the annual report as iXBRL from a generated taxonomy registry
(K2 element lists, taxonomy:generate/check scripts + CI guard), expose it
via the fiscal-period API, and add the bolagsverket extension for digital
submission to eget utrymme with webhook-driven status tracking
(submissions table + pg tests, lifecycle events, year-end wizard UI).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(mcp): raise origin-guard test timeout to 20s

The dynamic import pulls in the full server module; the parse alone
flirts with the 5s default under full-suite parallel load.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* Add new scripts and documentation for K2 AB taxonomy generation and validation

- Introduced `generate-taxonomy-registry.ts` to automate the generation of the iXBRL taxonomy concept registry from official element lists and tuple models.
- Added `validate-ixbrl.mjs` for validating generated iXBRL reports against the official taxonomy package using Arelle.
- Included new documentation files:
  - `k2-ab-arsredovisning-elementlista-2024-09-12_rev20250312_sv.xlsx`
  - `tuple-innehallsmodell-arsredovisning-k2-2024-09-12.xlsx`
  - `taxonomi-paket-2024-09-12_rev20250312.zip`

* Add tests for bookkeeping accruals dissolution and supplier invoices

- Implement tests for the POST /api/bookkeeping/accruals/[id]/dissolve route, covering success and error scenarios.
- Add tests for the DELETE /api/supplier-invoices/[id] route, including authentication checks and validation of invoice deletion conditions.
- Introduce tests for the Arcim migration provider client, ensuring token handling and error classification.
- Create tests for the Bolagsverket extension, validating submission role enforcement and environment settings.
- Add Zod schemas for Bolagsverket response payloads to ensure proper validation.
- Implement tests for MCP server's list accrual schedules, confirming registration and scope mapping.
- Add consistency tests for IXBRL document generation, ensuring duplicate facts and XML escaping are handled correctly.
- Introduce typed domain errors for accrual schedules to improve error handling in the service.
- Add tests for resolving consent with Briox token refresh concurrency, ensuring proper token management and error handling.

* fix(tests): update payload size guard comments to reflect recent changes in tool descriptions and ceiling adjustments

* fix(gitattributes): mark generated JSON files in bokslut taxonomy as linguist-generated

* feat(migrations): add backfill for invoices.journal_entry_id and fallback for next_voucher_number user_id

* feat(bokslut): enhance compliance and financial processing features with new submission details and security measures

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.8 c74b19df1b Accounted rebrand + swarm-skill cleanup + bank-reconciliation fixes (#643)
* feat(reconciliation): close the bank-feed loop on voucher links and re-tag mis-typed opening balances

Two related fixes to bank reconciliation correctness:

1. Auto-reconcile on voucher link. Linking an invoice or supplier invoice to
an existing voucher previously advanced only the invoice — the bank
transaction that paid it kept sitting in the Transactions inbox with a null
   journal_entry_id. linkInvoiceToVoucher / linkSupplierInvoiceToVoucher now
   call autoReconcileTransactionForLinkedVoucher (lib/reconciliation), which
links the bank transaction to the same verifikat when exactly one unbooked
line matches it. Best-effort and post-commit: a failure here never fails the
link. The result surfaces reconciledTransactionId; the inbox row leaves the
list and the UI shows link_success_tx_reconciled.

2. Re-tag mis-typed opening balances. getReconciliationStatus and the GL-line
matching RPCs identify a cash account's ingående balans solely by
   journal_entries.source_type='opening_balance'. Companies migrated from other
systems often booked the bank IB as an ordinary voucher (source_type
'import' or 'manual'), so it was never excluded and surfaced as a phantom
reconciliation difference equal to the opening balance. Adds:
   - migration mark_entry_as_opening_balance: a GUC-gated carve-out in the
immutability trigger plus a SECURITY DEFINER RPC that validates the entry
(balance-sheet lines only, dated on a fiscal-period boundary), flips the
source_type, and writes an audit row — no blanket data sweep.
   - POST /api/reconciliation/bank/mark-opening-balance + MarkOpeningBalanceSchema.
   - BankReconciliationView action to trigger it from the IB diff.

The gnubok_create_voucher executor now accepts a typed is_opening_balance flag
and derives source_type='opening_balance' only after validating class 1/2 lines
on the period start, so new IBs land correctly typed.

Covered by lib/reconciliation auto-reconcile tests, voucher-executors tests,
and a mark-entry-as-opening-balance pg-real test.

Product rebrand and skills housekeeping. No runtime behaviour change.

Rebrand: replace user-visible "gnubok" with "Accounted" across docs, READMEs,
in-code comments, doc-site content, MCP skill/resource prose, and the
gnubok-mcp package description. The MCP resource URI scheme is moved gnubok://
→ Accounted:// consistently across resource registrations, the event-type
comment, and the resource/skill tests. Deliberately preserved as stable
identifiers (NOT rebranded): the gnubok-company-id cookie, gnubok_sk_ / gnubok_inv_
token prefixes, the gnubok-mcp npm bridge name, and the AGI <gem:Programnamn>
value (kept 'gnubok' per its source comment — it is the software identifier sent
to Skatteverket and must not churn across visual rebrands).

Skills: remove the 27 swarm-* agent SKILL.md atoms (no longer used; already
absent from the agent_atom_registry in prod), refresh the remaining skill docs,
add the .claude/rules/ path-scoped rule set, and regenerate the
seed_agent_atom_bodies migration + .skill-body-manifest.json via
`npm run skills:generate` so the DB-backed skill bodies match the trimmed set.

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.8 f6ee0c2a82 Bug/customer invoice bug (#628)
* fix(supplier-invoices): self-assess reverse-charge VAT + link payments to vouchers

Reverse-charge supplier invoices now carry a per-item reverse_charge_rate (0.06/0.12/0.25). Under omvänd skattskyldighet the supplier charges 0% VAT, so the line vat_rate stays 0 and the buyer self-assesses fiktiv moms at the statutory rate. Centralizes rate resolution (resolveReverseChargeRate) and the ruta 20-24 basis-account guard (isReverseChargeBasisAccount) in vat-entries so the booking engine and review-dialog preview can no longer drift.

Adds the link_supplier_invoice_voucher pending operation: mark a leverantorsfaktura paid by linking an existing posted verifikat that debits 2440, with no new journal entry. Exposes find-candidates/link MCP tools and the bulk-reconcile helper, scoped under suppliers:read/write.

* fix(vat): report yearly VAT over the rakenskapsar, not the calendar year

Annual VAT (helarsmoms) is filed per beskattningsar/rakenskapsar (SFL 26 kap), which can be extended or shortened up to 18 months. The previous Jan-Dec calendar span silently dropped part of an extended first year. calculateVatDeclaration now accepts a fiscalPeriodId and resolves the period's actual bounds for yearly; monthly/quarterly stay calendar. The reports UI passes the selected fiscal period, defaults the periodicity from the company's moms_period setting, and carries the period into the ruta drill-down. full-archive export threads the period id through too.

* fix(migration): resolve supplier invoice status from payment amounts

The provider's lifecycle status and its payment status are computed independently upstream and can contradict each other (e.g. a Fortnox invoice marked booked but fully paid). Both the arcim entity-mapper and the Fortnox mapper now let payment state win: fully paid -> paid, partial -> partially_paid, otherwise the mapped lifecycle status, with credit notes forced terminal. Balance is compared numerically (never strict === 0) so float drift or a residual ore resolves cleanly, and an absent Balance is treated as unpaid.

* fix(enable-banking): only ingest booked transactions to stop re-import drift

Pending entries are skipped during sync: a pending row is unstable across syncs (a later 'synka nu' returns it still pending or finally booked, often with a different effective date). Because both the dedup external_id and the content-dedup key are date-derived, that drift minted a new id and re-imported a transaction that already existed - observed in production as the same amount+description landing twice with different dates. Gating the import set on a stable booking_date removes the drift at the source and leaves booked rows' ids byte-identical.

* chore(gitignore): ignore local SIE test fixtures

tests/fixtures/sie/ may contain real or scrubbed company data and must never be committed.

* fix(invoice): handle errors during registration journal entry creation and ensure invoice rollback
feat(tests): add test for reverse charge rate handling on supplier invoice line items
feat(fortnox): ensure paid status reflects zero balance for fully paid invoices
chore(migrations): add reverse_charge_rate to supplier_invoice_items and backfill link_supplier_invoice_voucher
