a769bc9d03 feat(migration): Björn Lundén activation through Lundify's redirect flow (#2374)
* feat(migration): Björn Lundén activation through Lundify's redirect flow

BL issued our integration activation key on 2026-09-07. With
BJORN_LUNDEN_ACTIVATION_KEY set, the connect step offers "Aktivera i
Lundify": the customer logs in at Lundify, picks the company and accepts
the scopes, and Lundify returns the company's User-Key to our callback as
publicKey with our one-time state echoed as extra. The manual User-Key
field stays as a folded fallback for companies that activated inside
Lundify already.

The callback folds publicKey/extra into the OAuth-shaped locals, so the
atomic state consumption, initiator binding and white-label handoff run
unchanged; only the final step differs: submitProviderToken (the same
client-credentials probe as the manual field) instead of an OAuth code
exchange, owned by the consent's company read from the server-written row.
consumeOAuthState/consumeHandoff now return that company id.

Closes #2323.

* fix(migration): reset the previous connect attempt before a new provider request

Review follow-up: a failed /connect used to leave the earlier consent id
and one-time activation URL in place, so the step kept offering a link
that completed the previous consent.

6906bc4aa2 feat(compliance): InvoiceRowsCompleted behandlingshistorik event for migrated invoice rows (#2312) (#2357)
Every migrated sales invoice whose rows complete_invoice_rows writes, from
the migration wizard or the hourly row-completion pass, now leaves one
InvoiceRowsCompleted row in processing_history on a new Invoice aggregate:
the writer, the provider, the consent, the row count, and the header VAT
split before and after when the pass rewrote it (BFL 5 kap 11 §, BFNAR
2013:2 p. 9.16). One run shares one correlation id.

lib/invoices/complete-invoice-rows.ts is the one TypeScript call site for
the RPC and the one emitter: it appends only on wrote = true, records
nothing for already_filled or failed, and keeps the append best-effort
(logged, eventId null) like every other processing_history writer. The
wizard runs on the user's session client, so MigrationOptions takes a lazy
createHistoryClient for the service role. Invoice numbers stay out of the
payload (the personnummer guard would drop ten-digit ones).

Migration 20260906210100 widens the aggregate_type CHECK with Invoice and
registers the event type; pg test covers the catalog row, the aggregate,
and that the CHECK still refuses unknown aggregates.

162de2128a fix(import): show "created on import" as the mapping target for source accounts the chart lacks (#2342)
The guided Fortnox import self-mapped a source account that exists in
neither the company chart nor BAS (4599) and then rendered its Malkonto
select blank, because the dropdown only knew chart + BAS accounts. The
row looked unmapped and unmappable while the import created the account
correctly. A nameless account (referenced by #TRANS without #KONTO) was
worse: the mapper refused the self-map, so it stayed unmapped with no
self-target to pick.

- account-mapper: the bas_range self-map no longer requires a #KONTO
name; unmapped now means exactly "outside 1000-8999". isValidBASRange
  exported as the auto-create boundary.
- AccountMappingStep (shared by both wizards): a target the list cannot
name is an explicit "<nr> <name> (skapas vid importen)" option, a
"nya konton skapas" badge/filter lists them, out-of-range accounts
that block Continue are named, nameless sources say so.
- sie-import: skippedVouchers.unmappedAccounts (per account, voucher
count) via summarizeUnmappedSkips; warning names the accounts.
- Migration result step: names created accounts and the accounts behind
  "med ej kopplade konton".

Closes #2212

473b1fd2eb fix(providers): name the real Björn Lundén connect failure (integration not activated, not bad credentials) (#2322)
* fix(providers): name the real Björn Lundén connect failure: integration not activated, not bad credentials

Every Björn Lundén connect in prod has failed with "Leverantören avvisade
autentiseringen" (10 consents since June; only BL's own sandbox company ever
received tokens). Live-verified against a real customer User-Key today: BL
answers 403 "<service>:READ is out of allowed scope for service provider
Arcim" on every read endpoint. The key is right and binds the company; the
company has simply never activated our integration, and it cannot until BL
moves the listing out of sandbox. The generic 403 mapping told the user to
re-check what they pasted, which can never help.

- BjornLundenClient: isBjornLundenScopeError / isBjornLundenUnknownKeyError,
matching the verbatim live 403 and 500 bodies.
- submitProviderToken: 403-with-scope-body -> ProviderTokenInvalidError kind
  'integration-not-activated'; 500/404 -> 'company-key-not-found'; 401 (our
own client_credentials token refused) rethrows as a generic submit failure
instead of blaming the pasted key.
- New 422 structured errors BL_INTEGRATION_NOT_ACTIVATED and
BL_COMPANY_KEY_NOT_FOUND with Swedish/English copy that names the fix
(activate under Integrationer in Lundify, else SIE) and where the GUID is.
- Wizard copy for BL moved to i18n keys and reordered: activate first, then
paste the key; the key only works once the integration is activated.
- Tests: route mapping for both kinds, probe classification incl. the
captured live bodies, registry entries pinned to 422.

* fix(providers): drop the unknown-key body matcher, the live BL 500 body is not stable

Verifying through BjornLundenClient against apigateway.blinfo.se, a made-up
User-Key answered 500 with a Spring BeanCreationException for
databaseConnector, not the null getCurrentUser() message captured earlier.
The unknown-key verdict already keys on the status alone in
submitProviderToken; keep only the 403 scope matcher, whose body IS stable.

1976129478 feat(import): let the Fortnox import fetch older fiscal years: the three-year limit becomes a default selection (#2280)
* fix(import): say which fiscal years the Fortnox connection fetches, list the ones left out

Root cause: the guided provider migration fetches SIE only for fiscal years
that start within a rolling three-calendar-year window
(getAllowedFiscalYears in extensions/general/arcim-migration/lib/sie-fetcher.ts:
current year and the two before it). A first, broken year 2022/2023 starts
in 2022 and falls outside the window in 2026, and the wizard said nothing:
not before the import, not after. Users concluded the books were complete,
or that they had done something wrong (issue #2211, second report via
support 2026-08-27).

Fix:
- The fetcher already lists every fiscal year at the source before applying
the window, so the left-out years are derived from that same list at no
extra provider call: `omittedYears` (years starting before the window,
oldest first, with the provider's own from/to dates so a broken year is
named as "2022-09-01 till 2023-12-31"). Fortnox and Briox year refs now
carry those bounds; WINT's listYears reports the unfiltered year list.
- GET /preview returns `fiscalYearWindow` and `omittedYears`; GET /sie-data
  returns `omittedYears` next to `failedYears`.
- Wizard, preview step (before the import runs): one muted sentence that the
direct connection fetches the three latest fiscal years (years starting in
{fromYear} or later); when years are left out, they are named with a link
to the SIE import (one SIE file per year under Import, oldest first).
- Wizard, result step: a "Räkenskapsår som inte följde med" section naming
the omitted years with the same SIE pointer, shown when SIE data was
  imported in the run.
- MCP: the connect_migration tool description, its instructions and the
onboarding skill claimed the wizard "fetches every fiscal year"; they now
say three latest, older years via SIE.
- Strings in both messages/sv.json and messages/en.json.

Out of scope: fetching more years through the connection (#2238).

* feat(import): make the Fortnox import's three-year limit a default selection, not a cap

Root cause, from first principles: the guided provider migration fetched
SIE only for fiscal years starting within a rolling three-calendar-year
window (getAllowedFiscalYears in
extensions/general/arcim-migration/lib/sie-fetcher.ts, introduced in #718
with no stated reason). The window was a silent cap: the wizard never said
it existed, and a first broken year 2022/2023 simply never arrived
(#2211). The user's actual problem is that the year is missing from the
books, so explaining the cap (the previous commit) treats the symptom.

What the window gated, by evidence: only the SIE fetch. Documents already
list every Fortnox financial year and match against the vouchers that
exist locally (import-documents.ts), invoices, customers, suppliers and
assets are not year-gated, and the SIE import itself is one request per
year (hosted function limit 300 s, import_sie_journal_entries
statement_timeout 290 s), so its cost is linear in wall time and bounded
per year regardless of how many years are imported. The only place the
number of years multiplies inside one invocation is /preview and
/sie-data: one SIE export per year (Fortnox client: 15 s per-call timeout,
3 attempts, backoff up to 30 s, 4 req/s) fetched and parsed inside a
single 300 s function, and /sie-data returns every raw file in one
response. The repo holds no measurement of Fortnox's per-year SIE export
latency, and the maintainer's memory is that a full history can take
unreasonably long, so a fixed lift to every year cannot be shown safe for
a long history.

Fix: the window becomes the DEFAULT selection, and the user chooses.
- sie-fetcher: fetchProviderSieFiles takes `years` (explicit start years);
without it the default window applies. The result carries `sourceYears`
(every year at the source, oldest first, with the provider's own bounds
and an inDefaultSelection flag) and `omittedYears` (source years outside
the selection). Both derived from the year list already fetched: no
  extra provider call. Fortnox and Briox year refs carry their bounds;
WINT's listYears reports the unfiltered list and its voucher chain
  follows the selection.
- GET /preview returns `sourceYears`; GET /sie-data honours `?years=`
(validated, deduplicated, oldest first; 400 VALIDATION_ERROR when
malformed) and returns `omittedYears`. PROVIDER_SIE_NO_YEARS names the
  selection.
- Wizard, preview step: a "Räkenskapsår att hämta" picker with one
checkbox row per source year, the three latest ticked by default, older
years marked "tar längre tid"; Fortsätt is disabled with an attn line
until at least one year is ticked. The selection is sent to /sie-data,
so each extra year is the user's own wait, and it fails loudly there,
before any ledger write, if it is too much.
- Wizard, result step: the per-year lines already report exactly what was
imported; a "Räkenskapsår som inte hämtades" section names the source
years outside the selection, with the re-run path (documents come
  along) and the SIE path.
- MCP connect_migration description, instructions and the onboarding skill
say "three latest by default, older years selectable" instead of "every
  fiscal year".
- Strings in both messages/sv.json and messages/en.json.

Closes #2238 as well: the wish to fetch more years is the same control.

* fix(import): bound the fiscal-year selection per import run

Superagent P2 on #2280: the `years` selection was unbounded and every
selected year is one provider export fetched and parsed inside the single
300 s /sie-data invocation, so nothing bounded the work before provider
calls.

The bound: MAX_SELECTED_FISCAL_YEARS = 6, exported from sie-fetcher.ts with
the derivation. One export call is 15 s per attempt (Fortnox client
FETCH_TIMEOUT_MS), 3 attempts with 1 s and 2 s backoff (retry defaults),
so a year that times out on every attempt costs 48 s; six such years are
288 s, leaving 12 s of the 300 s hosted function for the year listing,
parsing and the response; seven would be 336 s.

Enforced server-side:
- /sie-data refuses a selection of more than the cap with 400
VALIDATION_ERROR naming the cap, before the consent is resolved, so an
oversized request does no provider work.
- fetchProviderSieFiles throws FiscalYearSelectionError for a selected year
the source does not have, right after the year listing and before any
export; /sie-data maps it to 400 VALIDATION_ERROR naming the year.
- /preview returns maxSelectedYears so the picker enforces the same number
without a client-side copy: Fortsätt is disabled and an attn line says how
many can be fetched at once and that older years go in a second run
  (sv + en).

Tests: cap accepted at 6 and refused at 7 with no provider call, unknown
year refused (route and fetcher), the cap's arithmetic, maxSelectedYears
on /preview.

Pierre Grönberg bac9e01e2d fix(arcim): offer the company's own accounts as mapping targets (#2164)
The Fortnox migration's account mapping step builds its target dropdown
from BAS_REFERENCE alone: the 1290 standard accounts. Any account a
company created outside the standard cannot be selected as a target.

Seen on a live Fortnox migration: 3005 "Provisioner inom Sverige" was
active in the chart, returned by /api/bookkeeping/accounts, visible
everywhere else in the app, and missing from this one list, because BAS
defines 3000-3004 and stops there.

The plain SIE import at app/(dashboard)/import already used the
company's own chart (fetchAccounts(false)), so the two routes into the
same AccountMappingStep disagreed about what could be mapped onto.

Targets are now the company chart unioned with BAS, deduplicated by
account number with the company row winning: its name is whatever the
user renamed the account to, and that is the label they look for. BAS
stays for standard accounts a first migration is about to create, and a
failed chart read degrades to BAS rather than throwing, since an
incomplete list still lets the migration proceed while an exception
stops it.

18cbc4c30a fix(security): audit remediation 2026-09-01: api_keys identity, viewer gates, OAuth binding, XSS, MFA gate (#2155)
* fix(security): bind api_keys to the caller, lock hash-as-bearer RPCs and provider token tables

Security audit 2026-09-01, critical items.

- api_keys INSERT requires user_id = auth.uid() again (an admin could
forge a key for any co-member and act as them in every company they
belong to); SELECT is own-keys-or-admin; a BEFORE trigger freezes the
identity and credential columns against user-session UPDATEs.
- rotate_mcp_refresh_token and validate_and_increment_api_key become
service_role only: they match rows by a presented SHA-256, so a hash
readable by co-members was a bearer credential.
- validate_and_increment_api_key fails closed when the key's user is no
longer a member of the key's company.
- provider_consent_tokens and provider_otc: the DELETE policies collapsed
to "caller has any team row" (correlated subquery on a non-existent
team_members.company_id). All member policies dropped; service_role
only, matching every existing code path.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): role gates, ownership guards and posting integrity in the database

Security audit 2026-09-01, high items at the database layer.

- One table-level guard, enforce_company_writer_role(), blocks the
read-only viewer role on 55 company-scoped tables including through
the 15 membership-only SECURITY DEFINER writers. Keyed on the JWT role
claim so it fires inside definer bodies; no-op for service_role and
  trigger cascades.
- company_members user_id/company_id immutable from user sessions;
invitations can never grant owner; team_members gains a transition
guard (admins keep non-owner role moves); companies team_id and
archiving are owner-only and team attachment needs team membership.
- Direct statements (current_user = authenticated) can no longer insert
posted headers, add lines under posted verifikat, or post a draft with
a voucher number the sequence never issued. Sanctioned RPCs run as the
definer and are untouched; the engine's own draft-then-post shapes
  still pass.
- create_document_version refuses viewers and foreign storage paths;
  validate_version_chain needs membership and loses anon EXECUTE;
  match_documents / match_booking_templates lose anon; cron maintenance
RPCs become service_role only; the production-only
  seed_asset_categories is dropped.

* build: pin tsx as an exact devDependency instead of fetching it with npx at build time

prebuild ran "npx tsx" with no lockfile entry, so every Vercel, Docker
and CI build downloaded tsx@latest and its transitive tree from the
registry with no integrity check, inside the build environment.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): refuse the viewer role on API-key and MCP write paths

The v1 wrapper and the MCP company routing checked company membership
but never role, and both run as service role, so a read-only viewer
holding an API key could post vouchers and change settings through the
API. Mutating methods and non-read scopes now return 403 ROLE_READ_ONLY
for viewers on v1; MCP write tools refuse viewers the same way.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): stop serving uploaded SVG, XML and HTML as executable content on the app origin

Uploads persisted the browser-declared mime type and the inline proxy
served it verbatim, sandboxing only text/html; the storage proxy
forwarded the uploader's Content-Type. Any writer, or any Peppol sender,
could plant a scripted SVG or XHTML that executed on app.gnubok.se.

- inline route: allow-list of natively safe types (PDF, raster images)
served as before; everything else gets the opaque sandbox CSP.
- storage proxy: octet-stream + attachment + sandbox unless the DB
mime for the key is on the allow-list.
- document-service: the stored mime is the magic-byte validated type.
- logo upload: magic-byte validation, SVG refused.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): byrå brand logo upload decides the type by magic bytes and drops SVG

Same pattern as the company logo route: the logos bucket is public, so a
scripted SVG (or anything declared as an image) must never land there.
The upload pickers stop advertising SVG.

* fix(security): bind Enable Banking, Stripe and WooCommerce callbacks to the initiating user

The callbacks resolved the pending row by oauth_state alone, so a
victim who completed an attacker-initiated consent had their bank
account, merchant account or store attached to the attacker's company.
requireFlowInitiator() now requires the cookie session of the user who
started the flow: no session redirects to login with the callback URL
preserved, a different user is refused and nothing is exchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): guard tenant-controlled outbound fetches and surface the disabled rate limiter

WooCommerce and Shopify syncs fetched a member-editable store URL with
plain fetch() and redirect following under the service role, and the
invoice PDF renderer fetched company_settings.logo_url unguarded. All
three go through a new safeFetch() (public-IP validation via url-guard,
https only, redirect: 'manual', body size cap) and re-normalise the
stored host at use time. checkRateLimit() keeps failing open on hosted
but logs one error per process when Upstash is not configured and
exports isRateLimiterConfigured().

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): decide the API MFA gate from server-authenticated factors, not the session cookie

getAuthenticatorAssuranceLevel() without arguments derives nextLevel
from session.user.factors, which comes from the unsigned sb-*-auth-token
cookie. Deleting factors from the cookie made an enrolled account look
like it had nothing to step up to, on every /api route and in
requireAuth. Both gates now read factors from the getUser() result or
listFactors() and the level from the verified JWT claim, and fail closed
on errors. Page-branch gate hardened the same way.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): bind Fortnox/Visma, Gmail and Skatteverket callbacks to the initiating user

The arcim-migration callback exchanged the provider code onto whatever
consent the one-time state named, with no check of who completed the
flow and no org-number comparison, so a phished Fortnox admin handed
their ledger to the attacker's company. provider_otc now records the
initiating user (migration 20260902100000); the callback requires that
session and, after the exchange, refuses a provider company whose org
number differs from the consent's company. The Gmail and Skatteverket
callbacks enforce the same initiator check.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): BankID signup confirms the email before linking the identity

Signup created an email-confirmed, MFA-exempt account for any address
the caller typed and returned a magic link, so an attacker could
pre-register a victim's email and keep a permanent BankID login into the
account the victim later adopted. The user is now created unconfirmed,
the identity carries email_verified_at NULL (migration 20260902101000),
bankid_linked is not set until the mailed confirmation is clicked, and
BankID login of a pending identity is refused with the confirmation
re-sent.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): bind MCP OAuth redirect URIs to the consenting user and cap scopes

A user-registered redirect URI was allowlisted globally, the consent page
named no client, and all scopes were pre-checked, so one phishing link
handed an attacker a full-scope key for the victim's company. Registered
URIs now resolve only for the registrant or a colleague sharing a
company; the consent page shows the client identity and redirect host;
non-built-in clients default to read-only pre-checks; scopes are capped
by the user's role (viewer: read only) at consent and at /token.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(auth): client follow-ups for BankID confirmation, callback mismatch copy and decision log

- register client handles the new confirmation_sent response from BankID
signup with the existing inbox screen instead of calling verifyOtp.
- BankID login surfaces the email_unconfirmed explanation.
- WooCommerce settings map woocommerce_error=wrong_user to its own copy.
- Logo help text no longer advertises SVG.
- DECISIONS.md records the audit remediation choices.

* fix(mcp-oauth): literal SoD columns in the api_keys insert so the phantom-column scanner resolves them

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 5 f1d76deaba fix(providers): stop dead-ending on a resource 403, and stop dropping every migrated kreditfaktura (#2113)
* fix(providers): stop dead-ending on a resource 403, and stop dropping every migrated kreditfaktura

Two independent defects in the provider migration, both customer-visible.

A per-resource 403 was classified as a dead grant. classifyProviderError mapped
any 401 or 403 to PROVIDER_AUTH_EXPIRED, which is fatal, so a Fortnox account
without leverantorsregister permission aborted the whole migration at the
suppliers step with "Anslutningen har gatt ut. Ateranslut" even though the same
token had just succeeded on the previous step. Reconnecting can never fix that,
and steps 4 and later never ran. The provider's own reason ("Saknar behorighet
for leverantorsregister.") never reached the user. A 403 is now non-fatal once
the same token has already succeeded in the run, the migration continues, and
the provider's reason is surfaced. A 401, or a 403 on the first call, keeps the
auth-expired path.

fetchCompanyInfoDirect swallowed every error and returned null, which made the
existing PROVIDER_API_MODULE_INACTIVE remediation unreachable: a Visma customer
whose api_standard module is off got a silent 200 with an empty company card
instead of the precise Swedish explanation that was already written.

Kreditfakturor were dropped entirely. entity-mapper wrote document_type
'credit_note', but invoices_document_type_check allows only invoice, proforma
and delivery_note, and credit notes are modelled by credited_invoice_id. Every
migrated kreditfaktura was rejected and counted as skipped. One customer
imported 255 sales invoices and 0 credit notes on 2026-08-31; AR and revenue
are overstated by the credited amounts, and kreditfakturor are
rakenskapsinformation. They now import as invoice rows with reversed amounts
and status 'credited', following the in-app credit convention. They import
unlinked: no provider DTO carries a reference to the invoice being credited, so
there is nothing to match on and guessing would corrupt the AR ledger. The
wizard says so instead of burying them in skipped.

Also makes the OAuth callback non-replayable from browser history (no-store
plus history replacement), which is what the "state rejected" events were: a

* fix(arcim): write the missing-reference disclosure onto the credit note itself

Review finding (swedish-compliance-review-bot): ML 17 kap 22-23 § wants a
kreditfaktura to reference the invoice it credits, and BFL 5 kap 6-7 § wants a
verifikation to reference its underlag. No provider DTO carries that reference,
so the pairing cannot be resolved at import and guessing it would corrupt the
AR ledger. Reporting the count in the migration wizard is not enough: a result
screen is not rakenskapsinformation, and the gap has to be legible on the
record itself years later.

The disclosure now goes into invoices.notes and supplier_invoices.notes,
preserving whatever note the provider sent.

Pierre Grönbergandpgronberg 8b0aa80ea0 feat(arcim-migration): import the Fortnox asset register during migration (#1999)
The Fortnox migration now imports the asset register (GET /3/assets + /3/assets/types) as local register rows via createAsset: category from the type's anskaffningskonto BAS class, useful life from the source's depreciation window (K2 schablon fallback), never any journal entries (values arrived via SIE; the source's depreciated-to date is recorded in notes for review of the first proposal). Sold/scrapped/voided assets are skipped, re-runs dedupe, one bad asset counts as skipped. Gated behind FORTNOX_ASSET_SCOPES_APPROVED=false until the portal registration for integration 39254 carries the Assets scope, so hosted consents are unchanged and the wizard shows an honest skipped row.

Jakob Wennberg 521f437072 feat(migration): link migrated invoices to their registration voucher (#1463) (#2024)
Visma and Fortnox migrations now carry each invoice's source voucher reference, and after the invoice steps a core linker resolves it against the SIE-imported ledger (voucher-ref resolver by date, corroborated by the 244x credit / 151x debit amount, posted only, unreferenced only) and writes registration_journal_entry_id / journal_entry_id. Anything ambiguous, mismatched or unresolved is reported and left NULL; journal entries are never written. The arcim-migration /reconcile endpoint can relink already-migrated companies. b4b11c33ca fix(arcim-migration): require a completed SIE import for Fortnox too (#2000) (#2006)
* fix(arcim-migration): require a completed SIE import for Fortnox too (#2000)

POST /migrate refused entity import without a completed SIE import for
every provider except Fortnox, on the assumption that the wizard always
runs SIE-over-API first. The wizard lets the user uncheck
"Bokföringsdata (SIE)" while keeping customers, suppliers and invoices
checked, so a Fortnox company could end up with subledgers but no chart
of accounts and no opening balances: the incomplete bokföring the guard
exists to prevent.

The guard now applies to all providers as "a completed SIE import must
exist for the company", not "must be part of this run", so an
entities-only re-run after an earlier full migration still works. For
providers that serve SIE over the API (Fortnox, Briox, Björn Lundén,
WINT) the 409 message points at the wizard checkbox instead of "ladda
upp en SIE-fil". The options step shows one attn line and disables
"Starta migrering" when SIE is unchecked, never imported, and any API
import is selected, so the user sees the rule before the run.

* fix(arcim-migration): address review findings (#2000)

- Findings 1, 3, 4 (stale hasSieData on retry): the options step now
derives "SIE already imported" from the preview OR this session's
successful /import-sie results, so an entities-only retry after a
phase-2 failure is no longer blocked with a false "not imported yet"
  hint and a forced replace-mode ledger re-import.
- Finding 2 (company-info-only run gated): importCompanyInfo is dropped
from the wizard gate and POST /migrate skips the SIE guard when every
entity flag is false. Company info writes no accounts, balances or
subledger rows, so the BFL rationale does not apply. Tests pin both
the company-info-only pass and the block when any entity flag is set.

dc5079a912 fix(providers): stop inventing 25% VAT on migrated invoices (#1745)
* fix(providers): stop inventing 25% VAT on migrated invoices

An invoice migrated from Fortnox displayed "Momsbehandling: 25 % moms"
next to "Moms: 0 kr", with no line items behind it. It was not a display
bug: the record really did hold vat_rate 25 and vat_amount 0.

Fortnox answers GET /3/invoices with the short form, which carries no
Net, no TotalVAT and no InvoiceRows; those live only on the detail form.
The migration mapped the list payload alone, so `Net ?? total` made the
net equal the gross, VAT derived as gross minus net came out 0, and with
no rows to read a rate from, inferVatTreatment/inferVatRate fell through
to their `return 'standard_25'` / `return 25` defaults. The result
balanced, so nothing downstream noticed.

Measured on prod: 8 712 sales invoices across 43 companies assert a rate
beside 0 kr of VAT (286 MSEK of subtotal), plus 1 240 supplier invoices.
None are booked, but 263 are still open, and the no-items booking
fallback in invoice-entries.ts credits the full gross to 30xx and emits
no 2611 line at all.

Not Fortnox-only. Visma reported its VAT-inclusive TotalAmount as the
ex-VAT amount and read rows via `LineTotal`/`VatRatePercent`, neither of
which exists in the eAccounting schema (the real names are AmountNoVat
and PercentVat), so its lines all landed at 0. Bjorn Lunden reported the
gross as the net with no lines at all. Briox and WINT had the same
gross-as-net fallback, and Bokio defaulted a missing totalTax to 0.

- lib/providers/amounts.ts: readers that return undefined for an absent
field, so "the provider says zero" stays distinct from "did not say"
- every mapper: populate taxTotal and per-line taxAmount from what the
payload actually states; leave the net undefined when it does not
- provider-data-fetcher: hydrate the detail endpoint that every config
has always declared and nothing ever called, open invoices first,
within a time budget, reporting whatever it could not reach
- entity-mapper: derive rate and treatment from evidence; when there is
none, write vat_rate null and flag vatUnresolved instead of asserting
  a standard rate

Existing rows are untouched; repairing them needs a separate decision.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(providers): keep subtotal + VAT equal to the invoice total

Providers state net, VAT and gross independently and they need not agree:
Fortnox's Total is the amount to pay after öresavrundning while
Net + TotalVAT is the unrounded Gross, so the two differ by up to 50 öre.

Passing both through as stated put that gap into the invoice row, where
subtotal + vat_amount no longer equalled total. The header booking path
in invoice-entries.ts derives the 1510 debit from the sum of its credits,
so the receivable would land a few öre away from what the customer owes
while the verifikat still balanced: the same silent shape as the bug this
branch fixes.

resolveVatTriple now always returns a pair summing to the gross, keeping
the VAT intact (it reaches the momsdeklaration) and absorbing the
rounding into the net.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(providers): address invoice detail by the configured idField

Hydration built the detail path from dto.id. Björn Lundén's sales config
names invoiceNumber as its idField while its mapper builds dto.id from
entityId, so BL sales invoices would have been hydrated from the wrong
resource, or from none. Every other provider/resource pair happens to
agree on the two, which is what made the mismatch easy to miss.

The config's idField is the authority, read off the raw payload, with
dto.id only as the fallback. The regression test uses BL with entityId
99001 and invoiceNumber 5 so the two cannot coincide.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(providers): store vat_rate null for migrated mixed-rate invoices

resolveInvoiceVat labelled the header with the first line's rate, so an
invoice carrying both 25 % and 6 % lines was recorded as a 25 % invoice.
buildInvoiceWriteData already stores isMixedRate ? null : theRate for
natively created invoices; migrated ones now match.

The money was already right and stays right: generatePerRateLines groups
per item rate, so a mixed invoice books 25 % and 6 % separately off the
per-line vat_rate/vat_amount this branch fixed. Only the header label was
overstating what the source said.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(providers): bound hydration against auth failures and the clock

Two failure modes that only appear against a real provider.

A 401 or 403 fails identically for every remaining invoice, so the pass
now stops on the first one instead of issuing hundreds more doomed
calls. That matters more than it looks: TokenBucketRateLimiter keys on
the literal string 'global', so Fortnox's 4 req/s is a platform-wide
budget shared by every company and every concurrent migration, not a
per-token one. A 404 is about one invoice and does not stop the pass.

The budget was checked before starting a call but never during one. The
clients retry 429s and 5xx with backoff (Fortnox: 6 attempts, up to 60 s
apart), so a call starting one millisecond inside the budget could still
be retrying minutes later, and three concurrent ones could hold the
migration past its 300 s function ceiling. Each call is now raced
against the deadline; the socket is not cancelled, but control returns
and the remaining invoices are reported unhydrated instead of the run
dying.

Both outcomes are reported as HydrationReport.abortedBy so a partial
pass is visible rather than looking complete.

524d9978f1 fix(migration): resumable underlag import without inline extraction + same-origin MCP storage URLs (#1783)
* fix(migration): resumable underlag import without inline extraction, same-origin MCP storage URLs

The Fortnox underlag import ran every file's AI extraction inline inside
one request and hit the hosted 300 s function limit after ~17 of 113 files
(twice on 2026-08-21); the UI showed the generic "underlagen kunde inte
importeras" although the files it did reach were linked. The import now
works in time-budgeted slices with a stable cursor (the UI loops until the
server reports the end and shows "x av y") and opts out of extraction
(extractionOwner 'none', stamped skipped:opted_out): every file is linked
to its posted verifikat on arrival, so the booking is already known.

MCP signed Storage URLs (upload_url, signed_url, download_url) are served
through a same-origin proxy, /api/storage/[...path], because Claude
Desktop's sandbox only reaches the MCP host and blocked the PUT to
<project>.supabase.co. The signed token stays the only credential; the
proxy forwards only signed documents-bucket paths to our own Storage host
and is a no-op rewrite when NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL is unset.

* fix(mcp): keep the storage-proxy note out of the size-capped tool descriptions

The per-tool 280-char cap and the tools/list payload ceiling both tripped on
the two sentences added to gnubok_create_document_upload and

* fix(review): id cursor, stall = error, capped upload body, encoded dot segments

Review follow-ups on #1783:
- the import cursor is the last handled provider attachment id, not an
index, so a file Fortnox adds or removes mid-sweep shifts nothing
- a partial answer whose cursor does not advance (or the round guard) is
reported as ARCIM_DOCUMENT_IMPORT_STALLED instead of "complete"; the
slices already landed stay reported and the retry button resumes
- the storage proxy reads the PUT body as a capped stream instead of
buffering an unbounded payload before measuring it
- object paths are rejected when any segment decodes to "." or ".." (or
holds a separator), and the URL fetch() would actually request is
re-checked against the allowlist after normalisation
- download_url description no longer claims a direct Storage URL

f3e4fdcf32 fix(providers): stop the Fortnox reconnect loop, and make the attachment scopes opt-in (#1761)
The Fortnox document import needs the archive and connectfile scopes, which the
registered Fortnox app does not have. Since #1549 pulled them out of the connect
request (they broke every connect with invalid_scope before login), every
attachment call fails and the user was told "Koppla om Fortnox och godkann
behorigheterna", under a button that reruns an authorize URL still not asking
for those scopes. Klura AB followed that loop four times and bought the Fortnox
Arkiv module trying to satisfy it. Prod evidence: no Fortnox attachment has ever
imported, across 166 companies and 24 consents since the feature shipped, and no
live token carries the scopes.

The error and the scope list now derive from one flag,
FORTNOX_DOCUMENT_SCOPES_APPROVED. While it is false a permission failure maps to
a new PROVIDER_DOCUMENT_SCOPES_UNAVAILABLE, which says the permission is missing
on our side, that reconnecting will not help, and that the rest of the migration
came through; the card offers no button, because no user action can succeed.

The attachment scopes also become an opt-in consent rather than part of every
connect. Fortnox derives customer licence requirements from what an integration
requests, so asking everyone for Arkivplats would put a licence in front of
customers who never import a receipt; and keeping it off the default connect
caps the blast radius of a wrong portal registration at the underlag flow rather
than every Fortnox connection. buildFortnoxAuthUrl already took per-call scopes,
provider-client simply never passed any, so this threads documentScopes from
that one button through /connect into the authorize URL.

A document consent is always a superset of an ordinary one: the callback
overwrites the consent's tokens in place, so a narrower grant would revoke the
migration's own ledger access. Pinned by a test that holds either way the flag
is set, alongside one for the 400-with-behorighet answer that six companies hit
between 08-13 and 08-19 and saw only a generic retry for.

MattssonandClaude Opus 5 2deea05d42 feat(import): attach underlag to SIE-migrated verifikat by filename (#1627)
* refactor(documents): lift the SIE voucher-ref resolver into core

The provider migration sweep resolved a source voucher reference to the
verifikat it became with an in-memory (period, series, number) index built
inside extensions/general/arcim-migration. The underlag filename import needs
the identical resolution, and core must never import from @/extensions, so the
index, its ambiguity handling and the two paged reads move to
lib/documents/voucher-ref-resolver.ts.

Behaviour-preserving for the extension: same index construction, same "drop
both when one key repeats inside a fiscal year" rule, same dateTo-window
resolution. The arcim tests pass unchanged.

Two deliberate additions on top of the lift:
  - series comparison is now case-insensitive on both sides. SIE writes series
uppercase in practice but the spec does not require it, and a filename is
    whatever the exporting tool produced.
  - byNumber and fetchVouchersForNumbers serve the filename flow, which
resolves a handful of refs per request and must not pull every migrated
entry into memory to do it.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(import): attach underlag to SIE-migrated verifikat by filename

A SIE file carries the ledger but not the underlag, so a migrating customer
brings the receipts over separately and today has to open every verifikat and
attach them by hand. Systems that export both name each receipt after its
verifikat (A31_<internal-id>.pdf), and the SIE import already preserves that
identity on every entry (source_voucher_series / source_voucher_number), so
the pairing is a lookup, not an interpretation: no AI, no amount matching, no
date windows.

Separate optional import mode (/import?mode=underlag), NOT a step inside the
SIE wizard: the receipts normally arrive later and from a different export, so
a migration must never be blocked on having them ready.

lib/documents/filename-voucher-ref.ts reads the ref out of a filename
lib/documents/underlag-import.ts builds the plan (reads only)
POST /api/import/documents/preview filenames in, match plan out
POST /api/import/documents/attach one file, archived and linked
  components/import/UnderlagImportWizard review, adjust, run

Guards, because a document linked to a posted verifikat is
räkenskapsinformation and can never be re-pointed (BFL 7 kap):

  - Matching keys on the SOURCE voucher number, never our own. The importer
renumbers per target series, so a file named after our number would land
on the wrong verifikat exactly when the import skipped a voucher.
  - Nothing is uploaded until the whole plan has been shown: the preview
sends filenames only, the bytes stay in the browser.
  - A ref that hits several migrated years is surfaced as a choice, never
resolved by guessing. So is a filename with a number but no series, which
    is resolved but never pre-selected.
  - A date-named file (20240131.pdf) is refused outright rather than read as
    voucher 20240131.
  - A target in a closed or locked period is shown but not selectable:
enforce_period_lock_documents would refuse the write anyway.
  - The attach route re-resolves the filename server-side and 409s when it
does not name the target the client sent, so a stale plan cannot scatter
underlag permanently. An explicit manual assignment opts out of that check
and is flagged as such; company ownership of the entry is always verified.
  - Idempotent per (verifikat, content): a re-run converges on the same
document row instead of archiving duplicates.

tests/pg/underlag-attach-period-lock.pg.test.ts pins the period-lock contract
the plan surface promises, including that the lock guards the LINK and still
lets an unlinked document be archived.

* fix(import): scope underlag matching to a declared fiscal year

Adversarial review of #1627 refuted the resolver: it looked a ref up
company-wide and treated "exactly one candidate exists" as proof of identity.
Source systems restart voucher numbering every year and a filename carries no
year, so with a partial migration, or with that year's A31 among the vouchers
the importer routinely skips (empty, single-line, unbalanced), a 2023 receipt
was silently attached to a 2025 verifikat. Permanent under BFL 7 kap, and
invisible afterwards. Cardinality is not identity.

Every batch now declares its fiscal year and candidates outside it are dropped
before the index is built, so no downstream branch can see, count or propose
one. The attach route takes the year for its re-resolution from the TARGET
entry, never from the client, so the check cannot be widened by naming a
different year. Scoping cannot make the year inferable; it makes it asserted,
and the confirm dialog reads it back because it is the one input the files
cannot corroborate.

Four further defects from the same review:

  - npm test went red: hoisting the column list into a VOUCHER_SELECT constant
hid it from the no-phantom-columns AST scan (ceiling 377 -> 379) and
dropped all eight journal_entries columns out of the guard on the one path
that writes irreversible links. Both selects are inline again, and split:
the provider sweep no longer fetches three display columns it never reads.
  - The date guard only caught zero-padded hyphenated dates, so
    `2024-1-31 kvitto.pdf`, `2024 01 31 ...`, `2024.1.31` and `24-01-31` all
parsed as voucher 2024 or 24. Widened to unpadded components, two-digit
years and space/slash separators; a bare year-shaped number is refused.
  - `Verifikation 31.pdf` parsed as series ION: the alternation matched
`ifikat` and left `ion` for the series group. Reordering alone was not
enough (the engine backtracks into it), so the prefix now requires the
    word to end.
  - The manual-reference box was an unguarded write path: typing a date got
path-split down to a voucher number, marked the row selected, and posted
with override, which skips both server checks, while the row still showed
"Kan inte tolkas". Directory splitting is gone from the parser, the row
status is updated on resolve, and picking a server-proposed candidate no
longer counts as an override, which had disabled the filename check on
exactly the ambiguous rows it exists to protect.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): enforce the declared fiscal year on the server

The second adversarial pass refuted the previous fix. The attach route took
the year for its re-resolution from the TARGET entry, which is tautological:
an entry is by construction inside its own fiscal_period_id, so the filter
could never drop it and the year axis was unfalsifiable. Server-side year
enforcement was zero; the declared year existed only as React state and was
never sent. The regression test that "proved" otherwise passed only because
the mock let one journal_entries row report two different fiscal_period_id
values to two different reads, a state Postgres cannot produce. A test that
could not fail.

The attach request now carries the year the user actually reviewed, echoed
back from the plan, and the route asserts it equals the target's own period
BEFORE any other check and including overrides: an override is a statement
about which verifikat, never about which year. Its test asserts that directly
instead of a mock artifact.

Also from the same pass, a UI race that made the confirm dialog lie: FyPicker
stayed interactive while a preview of up to 2000 filenames was in flight, so
the summary and the confirm text could read back a year the plan was not built
from, and a manually resolved row could join the batch from another year
entirely. The wizard snapshots the plan's year, every downstream read uses the
snapshot, manual re-resolution goes through the server's own echoed
plan.fiscal_period_id, and the picker is frozen while a preview runs.

Parser, from the corpus pass (~360 realistic filenames plus 200k random uuids,
no ReDoS found: 2000 hostile inputs in 26ms):

  - Day-first and US dates parsed as voucher numbers: `31.01.2024` became
voucher 31, a number that always exists in the year. The guard now covers
    both orders.
  - `ver 31.pdf` parsed as series VER and came back auto-selectable, while
    every spelled-out `Verifikat 31.pdf` correctly yielded a series-less
reference needing confirmation. Same filename, two trust levels, decided
by an abbreviation. `ver` is no longer a series.

Known residual, stated rather than papered over: a scanner's `A4.pdf` or a
`K10.pdf` blankett in the receipts folder still matches verifikat A4 or K10
when that year has them. No parser can separate those from a genuine
reference; they appear in the review table with the target's date and
description.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): make the user actually declare the fiscal year

The third adversarial pass found that the central guarantee of the previous
two commits was fiction. FyPicker auto-selects the newest fiscal period when
nothing is stored, and the wizard passes a page-specific storage key, so that
branch fired on every first use. A user migrating 2023 receipts who never
opened the picker resolved them against the newest year; A31 exists in
essentially every year, so those rows came back `matched`, pre-selected, with
only the confirm dialog between them and permanent links. Every commit message
and code comment claiming "the year the user named" described behaviour the UI
did not have.

FyPicker gains an opt-in `requireExplicitChoice` prop, default off so no other
caller changes, and the wizard uses it. The picker starts empty and the batch
cannot proceed until someone picks. A previously stored explicit choice for
this surface is still restored, which is what makes a multi-batch migration
bearable.

Also: a company with zero fiscal periods hit a disabled picker and a disabled
button with no explanation. There is now a line saying why.

* fix(import): close the restore-branch hole and demote collision-prone refs

Round four of adversarial review, two findings, both fixed.

1. `requireExplicitChoice` gated only the newest-period fallback, not the
localStorage restore branch above it, so the "user declares the year"
guarantee held only for a user's first-ever batch. From the second on, the
year was silently pre-filled from an earlier unrelated batch, and in a
multi-year migration last-used is the worst possible default: the user is
by definition moving to a different year each round. The prop now gates
FyPicker's ENTIRE auto-selection block with one outer condition (restore,
   the ALL_YEARS-stored fallback, newest-period, preferLatestEnded), because a
per-branch gate already missed one branch once. It also suppresses the
localStorage write, which fired BEFORE onChange and so recorded picks the
wizard had rejected mid-preview. The wizard drops its storage prefix
entirely: within one sitting reset() carries the year in state, and
   nothing survives the session.

2. The filename parser pre-ticked `A4 scan.pdf` and `K10.pdf` while requiring
a click for `31.pdf`, which carries MORE voucher evidence in a
single-series company. Two independent review passes flagged the same
   inconsistency. Collision-famous refs (A0-A6 paper sizes, K2-K13/N1-N9/
   T1-T2 blanketter, Q1-Q4 quarters) and three-letter series (IMG/DSC/DOC/
SCN are cameras; real SIE series are 1-2 chars) still parse and resolve
but are never auto-selected. Demoted, not refused: verifikat A4 genuinely
exists in every migrated ledger, and its real receipt costs one click.
Residual documented: an existing short series plus a small number in an
ad-hoc name (`B2 hyra.pdf`) is indistinguishable from a real ref by
   filename alone.

Also: the attach route's multipart doc now names the required
fiscal_period_id field, and the stale reset() comment describes the actual
persistence model.

* fix(import): honor override only for unresolvable filenames + review round

Resolution pass for the PR #1627 review reports (CodeRabbit, Swedish
accounting review, compliance swarm).

The one substantive finding (CodeRabbit, major): `override: true` skipped the
filename consistency check entirely, so a crafted client could attach a
cleanly-named file to any same-year verifikat. The resolver now runs on every
request; an override is honored only when the filename is unresolvable in the
declared year (no parse, or no candidate) or already resolves to the requested
target. The shipped UI only overrides unresolvable rows, so nothing
user-facing changes. planAcceptsTarget is renamed planPermitsAttach and
carries the semantics in one place, with tests for both directions.

The Swedish review finding (BFNAR 2013:2 systemdokumentation): the
planPermitsAttach JSDoc still described the superseded derive-the-year-from-
the-target design. It now states the actual control: the route asserts the
caller-declared year equals the target's own period before this function runs.

CodeRabbit minors and nitpicks:
  - underlag_confirm_body / underlag_run / underlag_locked_warning use ICU
plural forms in both locales; "1 filer arkiveras" was wrong Swedish.
  - The attach and preview route tests mock @/lib/supabase/server per the
    repo test guideline.
  - fetchVouchersForNumbers narrows to the declared fiscal year at the DB;
the in-memory filter in buildUnderlagPlan remains the enforced truth.
  - buildVoucherIndex appends into existing arrays instead of copying per
row: the provider sweep indexes every migrated entry in the company and
    per-row copies made that O(n^2).
  - The pg test reuses its insertDocument helper instead of a duplicated
INSERT; runAttach clears isLoading in a finally.

Declined, with reasons in DECISIONS.md: message-regex classification of
validateDocumentFile failures (established sibling pattern; validator
contract change is out of scope).

* fix(import): attach only to posted or reversed verifikat

Second review cycle on PR #1627: the Swedish accounting review's re-run found
that nothing in the attach route verified the target entry's status. The SIE
import RPC posts every entry inside its own transaction, so a draft carrying a
source ref should be unobservable, but the link this route writes is
irreversible räkenskapsinformation, and an invariant enforced in another file
is not one this surface may lean on. Underlag references a verifikation
(BFL 5 kap 6-7 §), so the target must BE one.

Enforced twice: the route rejects non-posted targets with
UNDERLAG_ENTRY_NOT_POSTED (overrides included), and the resolver reads filter
to posted/reversed so a draft can never even become a candidate. Reversed
stays attachable: a storno'd original remains räkenskapsinformation and its
underlag belongs on it.

Also recorded as confirmed-intentional (review note, no code change): with
override and an unresolvable filename the endpoint links to any same-company,
same-declared-year, posted verifikat, migrated or not, which mirrors the
existing /api/documents/[id]/link capability. The period-lock error-string
regex note restates a disposition already recorded in DECISIONS.md.

The arcim test's Supabase double learns .in(), which the shared resolver read
now uses for the status filter.

78a581bca1 fix(import): guard against CP437-as-CP1252 mojibake entering via pre-decoded SIE text (#1569)
* refactor(arcim-migration): remove the dead gateway SIE export path

fetchSIEExport and SIEExportFile have had zero callers since the direct
provider clients replaced the Arcim Sync gateway (#181, #718). The path
returned SIE as a pre-decoded string, and the gateway's decode of CP437
bytes as windows-1252 is what wrote the 2026-03-17 mojibake into posted
entries. Deleting it makes the string-typed SIE fetch impossible to
re-wire; a comment marks the grave. The consent lifecycle and entity
accessors stay untouched.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): warn when SIE text carries CP437-as-CP1252 mojibake

The 2026-03-17 migration wrote mojibake ("L"neutbetalning"-style C1
specials) into posted entries because the retired gateway handed the
/import-sie handler an already-decoded string: byte-level encoding
detection never saw it, and nothing downstream checked. The live bug is
gone; this is the tripwire so the signature can never land silently
again.

- lib/import/sie-artifact-scan.ts: pure scanner over parsed SIE account
names and voucher/line descriptions, reusing hasCp1252Artifact from
charset-repair; flags at >= 2 hits so a lone legitimate curly quote or
apostrophe cannot false-positive a whole file.
- arcim-migration /import-sie: warn-never-block; the Swedish warning
rides on result.warnings, which the workspace UI already renders, plus
  a server-side log.warn.
- wizard parse route: same scan, surfaced through the existing
parse-issue warnings card in the preview, pointing at the first
  affected line.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(bookkeeping): pin the reported gateway mojibake strings

Adds the four strings reported from the affected company's journal as
reverse_cp437 cases (all reverse losslessly) plus a false-positive
guard: space-padded typography must never route into the CP437
reversal.

1d01010928 feat(import): stream real Arcim migration progress as NDJSON (#1485)
* feat(import): stream real Arcim migration progress as NDJSON

The /migrate route ran the orchestrator to completion and answered with one
JSON blob, so the wizard faked its progress bar: a hardcoded 55% anchor and
a static step label for a phase that can take minutes. The orchestrator has
had a real onProgress channel (eight emit points with Swedish step labels
and anchors) since it was written; the route just never passed it.

Now a request with Accept: application/x-ndjson gets a streamed response:
one line per orchestrator progress event, then a terminal done line with
the results or an error line carrying the same structured envelope the
JSON path returns (the 200 status is already committed once the stream
opens). Callers without the header keep the original single-JSON contract,
so pre-deploy tabs and the existing error-mapping tests are untouched.

The wizard opts in, drives MigratingStep from the real labels and anchors
(mapped onto the 55-100 slice of the wizard bar), and treats a dropped
connection as unconfirmed rather than failed, since the migration keeps
running server-side and a blind retry could double-import.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 39f4ecdad4 fix(providers): surface migration step errors; INK2 SRU 7104; non-modal invoice dialog (#1465)
* feat(mileage): körjournal with milersättning booking, MCP tools and CSV export

New mileage_trips table (RLS, booked-delete trigger per BFL retention),
lib/mileage service reusing the payroll schablon rates, /api/mileage routes
(trips CRUD, period booking to 7331, salary-run push, körjournal CSV),
Körjournal dashboard page + nav, and three staged MCP tools (search-only
catalog). Trips book as one verifikat per period via the engine; salary
path inserts mileage_taxfree line items. mileage_trips classified in the
full-archive export.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(mileage): use shared roundOre helper per tightened ratchet baseline

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mileage): pending_operations op-type migration + Swedish review findings

- New migration pair adds log_mileage_trip/book_mileage_period to the
  pending_operations operation_type CHECK (pg-real audit).
- bookMileagePeriod refuses a period spanning several employees and names
the employee in the verifikationstext when scoped (BFL motpart).
- vehicle_registration required for förmånsbil trips (schema, service,
MCP staging, UI surfaces the field).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mileage): claim-first booking, CSV injection guard and driver column

- bookMileagePeriod claims trips (draft to booked CAS) before creating the
verifikat, so a concurrent second booking loses the race instead of
double-booking; claim reverts if verifikat creation fails.
- Körjournal CSV neutralizes formula-injection triggers (OWASP) and adds a
Förare column naming the employee per trip.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mileage): resolve CodeRabbit + Swedish review round: race, drift and hardening

- Copying a round trip no longer re-doubles the stored distance.
- pushMileageToSalaryRun claims trips before inserting line items (retry can
no longer double-pay); CLAIM_LOST replaces misleading NO_TRIPS on lost races.
- Booked trips are DB-immutable via a BEFORE UPDATE trigger (new migration
20260807113215): only claim/link/revert transitions and notes edits pass.
- Cross-year periods rejected (schablon rates are per calendar year); payroll
config year read from the date string, not TZ-dependent getFullYear().
- MCP staged bookings freeze the previewed trip set (trip_ids in params) and
the commit fails on drift; validation errors return 400, not 500.
- PATCH enforces the förmånsbil regnr rule on the effective row; export
validates dates before they reach the Content-Disposition header; employee_id
is verified company-scoped on trip creation; stale orphaned claims released.
- UI: fetch flags reset in finally; ICU plural for draft summary; distance
stored at the column's 1-decimal precision.
- Tests: [id] route suite, pushMileageToSalaryRun suite, claim-race, drift,
  cross-year and update-trigger pg cases.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mileage): revert-to-draft must clear salary_run_id at the trigger level

New migration 20260807114924 replaces the booked-immutability function: a
booked -> draft revert now rejects rows keeping salary_run_id, closing the
DB-level double-pay path CodeRabbit flagged. pg test pins both directions;
the CLAIM_LOST unit test now asserts the revert.

* fix(mileage): company-scope employee_id on PATCH (Superagent P2)

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(mileage): valid v4 uuid in cross-company employee PATCH test

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(providers): surface migration step errors instead of silent empty syncs

A Visma company without the API module activated (403 ErrorCode 4002,
"No access to module: api_standard") failed every provider call during
migration, yet the wizard reported success with zero rows and mapped the
403 to "reconnect", which loops forever since OAuth succeeds against
Visma's shared identity server. A real user burned time re-syncing and
reconnecting, then filed the config issue as a bug.

- New PROVIDER_API_MODULE_INACTIVE code; classifyProviderError reads the
error body and recognizes the module error before the 403 to
AUTH_EXPIRED mapping. Registry entry carries the remediation in
Swedish and English (activate the API under Appar och tillagg, paid
add-on on smaller plans, clear standardforetag, SIE fallback).
- Orchestrator: connection-level failures (auth expired, license
missing, module inactive) rethrow and abort the doomed run so /migrate
answers with the typed code; other step failures stay non-fatal but
land on results.stepErrors instead of only in server logs.
- /preview fails fast on the two subscription codes so the user reads
the remediation at connect time, before any sync.
- Wizard: preview treats the new code like the Fortnox license case
(CTA + SIE fallback); the result step renders error cards per cause
  and says "Migrering delvis genomford" instead of "Allt ar uppdaterat";
the completion toast is honest on partial failure.

* fix(ink2): SRU field 1.1 is 7104, not 7113 (Skatteverket rejects 7113)

The INK2 huvudblankett code for 1.1 Overskott av naringsverksamhet is
7104 per Skatteverket's official 2025P4 faltkoder (INK2_SKV2002-33-01-24-04).
We emitted 7113, which does not exist on INK2, so filoverforing rejected
every profitable company's BLANKETTER.SRU with 'UPPGIFT 7113 ar inte ett
giltigt postnamn' (reported by a user for FY 2024-10-07..2025-12-31).
Underskott (7114) was already correct.

The wrong code originated in the swedish-sru-filing skill reference;
fixed there too and regenerated the atom seed. All other emitted
INK2/INK2R/INK2S codes verified against the official 2025P4 lists.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(invoices): keep the AI chat usable over the new-invoice dialog

The new-invoice dialog was a modal Radix dialog: modal mode sets body
pointer-events: none, aria-hidden on body siblings, and a focus trap, so
the agent sheet (z-60, painted above the dialog) was visible but dead:
clicks swallowed, input unfocusable, and all three dismiss paths
preventDefaulted, leaving no way out except the header X.

Now non-modal: page modality is restored by hand instead. A new
DialogVeil primitive supplies the backdrop (Radix renders no overlay in
non-modal mode) at z-40, under dialog content (z-50) and the agent sheet
(z-60), and inert on #dash-shell blocks pointer, keyboard, and AT access
to the page behind while the sheet (a body-level sibling) stays live.
The lazy-load fallback dialog on /invoices gets the same treatment so a
hung or 404'd chunk cannot dead-lock the route.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 8443062b1f fix(vat): enforce fraction unit for supplier invoice vat_rate writes (#1385)
Closes the remaining #310 write paths: credit-note item copies (web, v1,
pending-operations) and arcim-migration supplier imports now normalize
vat_rate to the decimal-fraction unit before storage, and a NOT VALID
CHECK constraint guards every new supplier_invoice_items row. Customer
invoice items deliberately stay percent; legacy supplier rows are left
untouched so posted-entry reversals reuse the exact original values.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Fable 5 16f34fb214 fix(arcim): resolve OAuth redirect_uri identically in authorize and exchange (#1287)
* fix(arcim): resolve OAuth redirect_uri identically in authorize and exchange

The authorize leg honored the FORTNOX_REDIRECT_URI / VISMA_REDIRECT_URI
override while the token-exchange leg hardcoded the NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL
fallback. After the app-domain cutover (2026-07-21) the Fortnox env var
still pointed at app.gnubok.se while NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL moved to
app.accounted.se, so the two redirect_uri values differed and Fortnox
rejected every code exchange (RFC 6749 4.1.3). The failure was invisible:
the error popup posted its message from the old-domain origin, the
wizard's event.origin check dropped it, and the popup closed itself.

Both legs now resolve through one resolveArcimCallbackUrl() helper, and
the error popup stays open with the reason on screen so a dropped
postMessage can never again turn into "nothing happens".

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 f24b26a139 fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership

The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no
company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise,
while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and
retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could
hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production.

Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already
carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from
COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then
revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised
statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that
are not repeated.

userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a
NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile
rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side

The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain
base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was
minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned
a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post
the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's
consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger.

State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row,
consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and
expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing.
provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client.
provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up.

Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status
oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before
the scoped check ran.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A)

The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were
documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a
member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept
direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank
statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in
20260416120000; this bucket was left behind.

Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the
uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and
reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which
drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining
legacy prefix objects.

The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid
the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a
uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix
qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail
the whole query instead of filtering the row out.

deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored
pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to
erase.

The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry
run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and
SHA-256 identical before repointing the row.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events

This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no
downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify
company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and
was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key
falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went
straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user
had been removed from the company kept reading.

Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members
with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead
of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return
a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error
strings with the canonical envelope.

Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is
gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every
other v1 read endpoint.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds

A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced
fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and
had become the top application consumer of production database time:
measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds
of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at
7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on
the booking path.

PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a
correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops
Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole
journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side
instead turns that into two indexed round trips.

Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent
entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove
a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at
PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling.

Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query
stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the
truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The
accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead,
since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows.

commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the
read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at

Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh
next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column,
which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor
timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never
applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped
on the newest rows indefinitely.

The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap;
the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with
an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly.
ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change
sort semantics on the route that currently works.

Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every
business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and
date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had
them.

The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters,
because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug
is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard
iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging.

* fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash

The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query
string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow
documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same
Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and
wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a
write that never happened.

dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional
boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write,
and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail
the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call
sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent
cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all.

* ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review

The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so
was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and
re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to
5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0.

Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so
an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still
finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH
would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was
rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the
full tree.

The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that
package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift
went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the
lockfile, never workflow files.

* build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json

vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were
byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent
recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up
idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of
daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily.

Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the
whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into
the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its
extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were
already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which
settles the intent.

documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession:
the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is
capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the
integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention.

webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day
on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since
the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line
place to change that.

A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list,
and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they
are named rather than silently rotting.

* chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink

There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel
retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven
code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry
captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug
fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email.

This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a
no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an
adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined
by next.config.ts.

Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger
and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application
data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink
calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry
personnummer and financial data.

verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without
touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated
without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The
threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing
the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible.

The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code
actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client
side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not
forwarded.

* fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces

Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with
one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven
to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open
decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md.

Structural roots closed:
- resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking
1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING
- ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document,
not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed
- sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the
exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed
- tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed
CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all
  four baselines now empty
- three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import,
  ungated-extension-route

Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap),
RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag
resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent
polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure
and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/
Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites
with isSwedishUserMessage extended.

Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice,
recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep
work and are verified green together.

13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge.
20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new
DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres).

Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0
errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500.

* fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version

origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping
our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase
apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time.

* fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices

A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and
~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass:

- replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for
service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid()
(impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a
Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo
- bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of
writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns
- credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no
  cross-tenant figures in exception text
- link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end
- personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE
- same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book
realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse
- receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts
- period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap
- documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout
reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source
sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping
- invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression),
duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran
- match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat)
- refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window)
- KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint
- personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools
- worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths
- MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit
on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk
- observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted
stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True,
cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings
  call removed)

Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers
are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md.

* feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests

* fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215

pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role
GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the
invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() =
'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the
shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a
fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher
migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text,
reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the
null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use
public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved.

Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form
instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column,
and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt
failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's
staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit
path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and
gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no
longer renders as already filed.

Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern
(all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000).

* fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215

- restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the
NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version
never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch
- replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap
warning texts and update the pinned test expectations
- drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment
- strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests

renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s
default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation.

Jonas Hagberg 378611a2dc fix(arcim-migration): dedup underlag per verifikat and sniff file type from bytes (#1065)
First production sweep of /import-documents (921 Bokio receipts) surfaced
two defects that together dropped 7 of 666 resolvable receipts:

- The idempotency key was company-wide (company_id, sha256), but the same
file content legitimately backs several verifikat (one arrende contract
attached to each year's arrende voucher, one insurance letter on two
vouchers). The second and later verifikat silently lost their underlag.
  The key is now (company_id, sha256, journal_entry_id).

- Bokio's uploads list occasionally declares the wrong contentType (a JPEG
stored as image/png); magic-byte validation then correctly rejects the
mismatch, failing a perfectly good receipt. The importer now sniffs the
real format from the bytes (detectFileMagic, now exported from the
document service) and only falls back to the declared type when no
signature is recognised. The synthesised filename extension follows the
  effective type.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Sonnet 5 ec27228a8e style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests,
and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than
house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon
for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal
ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for
paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by
hand together to keep sv/en in sync.

Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than
decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex,
charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE
encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the
agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and
a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte.

Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in
ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial
pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it
exists to verify.

Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27
SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes,
with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above.

Jonas Hagberg 47f03f4238 feat(arcim): import Bokio underlag and link to verifikat (#786) (#813)
* feat(arcim): import Bokio underlag and link to verifikat

Adds an optional, re-runnable step that pages the Bokio /uploads, resolves
each receipt's target verifikat via the SIE-preserved voucher number, and
archives it through the document service linked to the journal entry. Closes
the gap where neither the SIE GL import nor the entity import carries the
receipts/underlag attached to each verifikat.

- lib/providers/bokio: getBytes() binary download + an attachments resource
module (uploads list, GUID->voucher index, per-upload download); pageSize
capped at 100, file type taken from the upload's contentType since the
  download is octet-stream
- importProviderDocuments: bulk in-memory resolution keyed on (fiscal period,
series, number) — scoped per fiscal year because Bokio restarts numbering at
  V1 each year; idempotent on (company_id, sha256) so re-runs don't duplicate
  the undeletable BFL-linked rows
- POST /import-documents route, kept off the migration critical path because
the Bokio document API is rate-limited (200 req/60s)
- journal_entry_id link only for v1; reuses the document-service link path
(same module as #804) rather than forking it

Closes #786

* fix(arcim): stable pagination order + account for unresolvable receipts

Addresses two findings from a Codex review pass on the import step:

- Add .order('id') to the paged journal_entries / document_attachments /
fiscal_periods reads. fetchAllRows pages with .range(), and PostgREST paging
without a deterministic order can skip/repeat rows once a table exceeds one
page (journal_entries crosses 1000 across several migrated years), which
would defeat both voucher resolution and the sha256 dedup.
- Keep every upload carrying a journalEntryId in scope instead of pre-filtering
on a resolvable voucher ref, so a receipt whose Bokio entry number didn't
parse (or resolves to no verifikat) is counted as unmatched rather than
silently dropped from the best-effort report.

Tests: add unresolvable-ref and zero-uploads cases; mock now supports .order().
