* feat(ui): frame-layout shell, pill buttons, 24px page titles (UI migration PR 1)

The visual shell from the concept, zero behavior change:

- New --frame token pair (40 18% 96% light / 0 0% 5% dark); the dashboard
  wrapper is bg-frame and <main> becomes a rounded 12px panel with its own
  inner scroll (md-gated; mobile keeps document flow + bottom nav)
- Sidebar goes borderless/transparent on the frame
- Buttons are pills app-wide (radius 99px, default 7px/16px padding, 13px
  text, icon buttons become circles), set once in components/ui/button.tsx
- PageHeader locked at exactly 24px/32px Hedvig serif
- MainContainer resets panel scroll on route change (Next's window
  scroll-to-top never fires for an inner scroll container)
- chat layout + extension workspaces switch viewport-height formulas to
  h-full so they fill the panel instead of overflowing it by 20px
- .claude/rules/design.md rewritten with the 14 locked UI-migration
  conventions from dev_docs/ui_migration_plan.md

Transaktioner (TransactionStatusBar) and 13 other pages hand-roll their
h1 instead of using PageHeader, so they kept text-3xl/4xl after the
shell change. Clamp them all to font-display text-2xl leading-8.
Onboarding heroes and headline numbers are intentionally untouched.

* fix(ui): keep the frame strip above the panel on banner-less accounts

<main>'s 10px top margin was the first in-flow margin inside the shell
wrapper, so it collapsed through the wrapper and pushed the whole shell
down, showing white body background above the panel instead of the warm
frame strip (only visible on real accounts: the sandbox banner blocked
the collapse). Flex containers never collapse child margins, so the
shell wrappers become md:flex md:flex-col.

Multi-agent scan of all 404 UI files against the locked design system, then
141 verified surgical fixes across 109 files (net -32 lines):

- Remove forbidden elevation/motion: shadow-* and rounded-xl on cards, active:scale
  bounce, hover:shadow on list items, transition-all -> transition-colors.
- Drop font-medium from single-weight Hedvig display headings/numerals.
- Replace raw rainbow Tailwind status colors with Badge variants / brand tokens /
  neutral surfaces (achromatic chrome, semantic colors stay data-only).
- Route raw dates through formatDate(), hand-rolled currency through formatCurrency(),
  add tabular-nums to financial figures; text-gray-* -> text-foreground tokens.
- Swap hand-rolled skeletons for the Skeleton primitive; off-scale spacing -> token scale.
- Fix copy: mislabeled "Leverantörsfakturor" -> "Utgifter" on bank-import outflow total,
  collapse no-op identical-branch ternaries, broken Swedish diacritics (mojibake),
  correct mismatch-password toast, correct supplier currency-field label.
- Remove PII-leaking debug console.log on register, stray console.logs.

Verified: tsc clean on all changed files, eslint clean, production build passes.

Follow-up to PR review (compliance swarm V16 / GDPR Art.5(1)(f)): the
remaining console.error calls in the register flow passed raw error
objects, which Supabase may populate with PII (email) in nested fields.
Log only sanitized message strings instead.

Introduce companies table, company_members, and user_preferences to
support multiple companies per user. All data scoping changes from
user_id to company_id across the entire codebase.

Key changes:
- Database migration: new tables, company_id on 40+ tables, backfill,
  RLS rewrite from user_id to company-member-based, updated RPCs
- Types: Company, CompanyMember, CompanyRole, UserPreferences types;
  company_id added to all entity interfaces; companyId on all events
- Engine: all 7 core functions take companyId; storno, period, year-end
  services updated; 16 report generators updated
- Middleware: company context resolution (cookie → prefs → first company)
- API routes: ~120 routes updated with requireCompanyId()
- Frontend: CompanyProvider context, layout/dashboard/onboarding updated
- Extensions: context factory, 9 extensions, all lib files updated
- Tests: 1880 tests passing, all helpers updated with company_id defaults
