MattssonandClaude Fable 5 5ca64bde30 feat(bokslut): IL 18 kap pooled tax depreciation with method election (#1393)
* feat(bokslut): IL 18 kap pooled tax depreciation with method election

Rakenskapsenlig (huvudregel 30 / kompletteringsregel 20) and restvarde 25
as a company-level annual pool separate from per-asset book depreciation.
Method election persisted with immutable snapshots and book-conformity
confirmation for rakenskapsenlig.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore(db): move tax depreciation migrations to coordinated versions

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bokslut): keep tax depreciation view loadable when a saved election goes stale

A predecessor's changed closing value can push a saved elected deduction
above the new statutory maximum; the view now falls back to the statutory
recomputation so the snapshot is flagged stale instead of crashing.
Ratchet naive-ore-round baseline down by 3.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bokslut): resolve tax-depreciation period selects statically

The no-phantom-columns guard counts every select it cannot resolve
toward a hard ceiling, and the PERIOD_COLUMNS join pushed the repo
4 over (364 > 360). Inline the literal column list at the four call
sites so the guard verifies these columns instead of skipping them.

* fix(bokslut): address review findings on tax depreciation election

- DepreciationPanel: gate the saving flag on a dedicated save sequence
so a successful save (which refreshes the view and bumps the request
version) no longer leaves the card permanently busy
- computeTaxDepreciation: refuse kompletteringsregel_20 with a positive
basis and no acquisition cohorts instead of degenerating to a full
write-off the cohort evidence does not support (IL 18 kap. 17 §)
- migration 227000: judge the asset-method guards on NEW.disposed_at so
reversing a disposal cannot reactivate a grandfathered non-linear row
- migration 227200: require snapshot column completeness in the CHECK;
SQL NULL semantics let partially populated snapshots pass the pure
  arithmetic comparisons
- depreciation route: use the string issue code 'custom' like the rest
of the codebase instead of the Zod 3 compat enum

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 6782da3e9e feat(bokslut): calculate and book overavskrivningar (2150/8850) (#1379)
Add an automatic excess-depreciation calculator for machinery and
equipment under IL 18 kap: 30-rule and 20-rule residuals (fiscal-period
aware for short and long years), ledger vs asset-register
reconciliation, fail-closed blocking states, and a signed proposal that
books via the dispositions flow (8853/2153). Releases of an over-target
reserve are mandatory and not overridable; increases are optional and
capped server-side.

Fixes #323

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 f24b26a139 fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership

The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no
company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise,
while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and
retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could
hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production.

Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already
carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from
COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then
revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised
statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that
are not repeated.

userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a
NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile
rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime.

* fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side

The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain
base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was
minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned
a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post
the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's
consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger.

State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row,
consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and
expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing.
provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client.
provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up.

Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status
oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before
the scoped check ran.

* fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A)

The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were
documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a
member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept
direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank
statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in
20260416120000; this bucket was left behind.

Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the
uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and
reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which
drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining
legacy prefix objects.

The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid
the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a
uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix
qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail
the whole query instead of filtering the row out.

deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored
pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to
erase.

The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry
run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and
SHA-256 identical before repointing the row.

* fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events

This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no
downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify
company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and
was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key
falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went
straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user
had been removed from the company kept reading.

Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members
with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead
of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return
a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error
strings with the canonical envelope.

Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is
gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every
other v1 read endpoint.

* perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds

A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced
fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and
had become the top application consumer of production database time:
measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds
of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at
7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on
the booking path.

PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a
correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops
Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole
journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side
instead turns that into two indexed round trips.

Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent
entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove
a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at
PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling.

Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query
stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the
truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The
accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead,
since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows.

commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the
read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check.

* fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at

Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh
next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column,
which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor
timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never
applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped
on the newest rows indefinitely.

The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap;
the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with
an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly.
ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change
sort semantics on the route that currently works.

Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every
business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and
date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had
them.

The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters,
because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug
is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard
iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging.

* fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash

The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query
string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow
documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same
Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and
wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a
write that never happened.

dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional
boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write,
and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail
the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call
sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent
cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all.

* ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review

The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so
was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and
re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to
5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0.

Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so
an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still
finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH
would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was
rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the
full tree.

The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that
package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift
went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the
lockfile, never workflow files.

* build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json

vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were
byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent
recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up
idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of
daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily.

Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the
whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into
the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its
extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were
already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which
settles the intent.

documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession:
the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is
capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the
integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention.

webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day
on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since
the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line
place to change that.

A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list,
and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they
are named rather than silently rotting.

* chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink

There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel
retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven
code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry
captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug
fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email.

This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a
no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an
adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined
by next.config.ts.

Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger
and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application
data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink
calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry
personnummer and financial data.

verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without
touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated
without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The
threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing
the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible.

The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code
actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client
side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not
forwarded.

* fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces

Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with
one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven
to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open
decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md.

Structural roots closed:
- resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking
1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING
- ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document,
not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed
- sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the
exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed
- tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed
CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all
  four baselines now empty
- three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import,
  ungated-extension-route

Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap),
RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag
resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent
polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure
and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/
Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites
with isSwedishUserMessage extended.

Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice,
recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep
work and are verified green together.

13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge.
20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new
DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres).

Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0
errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500.

* fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version

origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping
our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase
apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time.

* fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices

A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and
~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass:

- replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for
service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid()
(impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a
Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo
- bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of
writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns
- credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no
  cross-tenant figures in exception text
- link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end
- personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE
- same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book
realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse
- receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts
- period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap
- documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout
reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source
sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping
- invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression),
duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran
- match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat)
- refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window)
- KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint
- personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools
- worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths
- MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit
on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk
- observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted
stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True,
cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings
  call removed)

Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers
are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md.

* feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests

* fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215

pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role
GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the
invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() =
'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the
shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a
fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher
migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text,
reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the
null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use
public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved.

Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form
instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column,
and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt
failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's
staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit
path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and
gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no
longer renders as already filed.

Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern
(all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000).

* fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215

- restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the
NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version
never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch
- replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap
warning texts and update the pinned test expectations
- drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment
- strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests

renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s
default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 288915c152 Fix/fdb fr usrs (#1125)
* fix(invoices): return attachment filename in delivery history summaries

The 20260723003000 hardening dropped attachment_filename from
list_invoice_delivery_summaries, so the delivery history UI always fell
back to the generic "faktura.pdf" label. Recreate the RPC with the
filename included: it is derived from company name, customer name,
invoice number, and date, all already visible to every company member,
so the minimization boundary is unchanged. Addresses stay masked and
message content, BCC, and checksums stay server-side.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(reconciliation): surface own-account transfer legs in match-to-voucher by default

The second (incoming) leg of a transfer between two of the company's own
bank accounts was hidden in the 'Matcha mot befintlig verifikation' dialog
because the voucher counted as 'already matched' once its outgoing leg was
linked, even though the incoming account's line had no settling transaction.
Users read the empty default list as 'the app won't let me link this'.

get_account_gl_lines_for_matching now counts links per settlement account:
a transaction provably on another cash account no longer marks the voucher
as matched for the requested account, so the unsettled transfer leg surfaces
by default (and auto-selects on an exact match). Same-account N:1 stays
behind the 'Visa aven matchade verifikationer' opt-in, and transactions
without a resolvable cash account conservatively keep counting everywhere.
get_unlinked_gl_lines is deliberately untouched (feeds auto-reconcile).

Companion guard: mark_entry_as_opening_balance now refuses entries with
linked bank transactions, since half-settled transfer vouchers became
reachable in the reconciliation view's unmatched table where 'Mark som IB'
renders; re-tagging one would strand its transaction against a movement-
excluded entry. getReconciliationStatus counts unmatched GL lines with the
account-scoped RPC so the status card agrees with the table.

* perf(api): cut prod p95 latency via local JWT auth, single-RT company resolution, and report aggregate RPCs

Baseline 2026-07-23 (487 prod samples): p50 160ms, p95 480ms, 13% of
requests over 300ms. Target: p95 under 300ms.

- requireAuth: verify JWTs locally via getClaims (ES256/JWKS) instead of
a second network getUser per request; getUser fallback keeps HS256
self-hosted and existing test mocks working; middleware still
  revocation-checks every /api request
- resolve_active_company RPC (20260723161000): one round trip replaces
2-3 queries in getActiveCompanyId and middleware; PGRST202/42501 fall
back to the legacy query path
- arsredovisning build-data: ~33 sequential round trips down to ~7,
  output byte-identical (snapshot-proven)
- currency rate route: stop bypassing the exchange_rates cache (missing
supabase arg caused an external Riksbanken call on every request)
- document.get: parallelize row fetch, signed URL and audit event
- list_company_accounts RPC (20260723170000): accounts list in one round
trip instead of paging past PostgREST's 1000-row cap
- vat-declaration route: drop a dead sequential company_settings query
- get_kpi_report_aggregates RPC (20260723180000): KPI report's three
full-period line scans collapsed into one aggregate call; dimension-
  filtered path unchanged
- lint: fix 9 baseline errors, downgrade 4 react-hooks compiler rules to
warn, zero the eslint baseline ratchet

All four gates green: lint 0 errors, 9163 tests, check:guards, build.
Migrations applied idempotently to staging only; prod receives them via
Supabase branching on merge.

* fix(review): resolve PR review findings across auth, VAT declaration, and IB retag

- requireAuth getClaims fast path: pin iss (project URL) and aud
('authenticated'), log every fallback to getUser (ASVS V9.1 finding)
- remove the ignored accountingMethod parameter from calculateVatDeclaration
and the dead company_settings.accounting_method reads in xlsx/pdf/eskd
routes; v1 API keeps accepting the query param but documents it as a no-op
- close the mark_entry_as_opening_balance TOCTOU race with a transactions
  trigger (20260723190000, FOR KEY SHARE on journal_entries) + pg tests;
applied to staging and smoke-verified both directions
- re-add the 42501 tenant guard to branch-local migration 20260723160000
(function body had silently reverted to the pre-20260619130100 definition)
- document the buildK3Noter tbFullRows full-TB contract (uppskjuten skatt
opening balance per BFNAR 2012:1 ch.29)
- add KPI VAT-liability test covering reduced-rate output accounts 2621/2631

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(db): use NULL-safe caller_is_company_member in opening-balance retag guard

The re-added tenant guard carried the pre-20260703180000 raw
NOT IN (SELECT user_company_ids()) pattern, which the
null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet blocks. Staging re-synced.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 87f0d5af48 fix: GH issues batch: deadlines opt-ins, SKV reconnect, narrative edit, payment-link gating (#1076)
* fix(errors): close remaining raw-message leaks after #1048 (#337)

Follow-up to PR #1048. No user-visible toast or response field can now
carry a raw engine or DB message; everything maps through getErrorMessage
or the structured-errors registry.

- get-error-message: only normalize a code-carrying Error instance into
the structured path when the registry knows the code; unknown codes
(Node system errors, stray third-party codes, Error-wrapped Postgres
SQLSTATEs) fall through to pattern match, Swedish check, Postgres map
and the status/context/generic fallbacks instead of returning the raw
message. New Swedish-detection pattern for "ar last" phrases and a
known-pattern row for "already has a journal entry".
- structured-errors: add CANNOT_EDIT_NON_DRAFT (409) and
MANDATORY_DIMENSION_MISSING (400) rows, plus common Node network codes
(ECONNREFUSED, ECONNRESET, ETIMEDOUT, ENOTFOUND, EAI_AGAIN, EPIPE) as
retryable 503 transients with a Swedish message.
- pending-operations commit + bulk-commit routes: map executor error
  strings through getErrorMessage before responding (raw stays in logs);
Swedish passes through, English falls to status-appropriate Swedish.
- pending page: toast via getErrorMessage, fixing raw English toasts and
"[object Object]" for structured envelopes on commit/bulk/reject.
- transactions book + journal-entries routes: untyped catch and DB list
errors no longer return err.message; mapped or static Swedish instead.
- invoice send + issue-credit-note: partial_failures reasons are now
Swedish (raw provider/DB text logged, never returned).
- Tests: new unknown-code/Error-instance suite, registry rows asserted,
route tests updated off the pinned raw-English expectations.

* fix(skatteverket): target the räkenskapsår for yearly VAT redovisningsperiod

A yearly filer with a broken fiscal year has a Skatteverket period ending
in its FY-end month, not December, and the panel's year state is never
maintained in yearly mode (the year picker is replaced by the
räkenskapsår selector), so calls targeted the wrong period even for
calendar-FY companies filing after year end. The selected fiscal period
now rides through the whole chain: panel query strings, draft/validate/
submit bodies, buildMomsuppgift (which resolves the FY bounds so the
period id and the figures describe the same räkenskapsår), and the
staged-commit path. MCP callers without a fiscal period keep the
calendar fallback.

* feat(deadlines): group same-day skattekonto deadlines into one card

Moms, AGI and preliminärskatt legally share the skattekonto date (den
12:e), so a small monthly-moms employer saw 2-3 near-identical rows per
month. Two or more pending system rows of the skattekonto family on the
same due date now render as one grouped card with the date block once
and each obligation as a sub-row keeping its own confirm-to-complete
flow. Presentation only: rows, statuses, ICS feed unchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(deadlines): KU + ROT/RUT + long-tail opt-in deadlines, rolling horizon

Follow-ups from the #1028 audit left out of the #1057-#1060 fix stack,
each with its own condition modeling:

- kontrolluppgifter (KU10/KU20/KU31), due 31 Jan (SFL 24 kap. 1 §):
opt-in flag suggested from ledger signals (2898 utdelning, 2393/2893
ägarlån; deliberately not 2091, see DECISIONS.md), AB only, mirroring
  the #1059 EU-sales suggest-and-confirm pattern.
- rot_rut_begaran, due 31 Jan after the payment year (Lag 2009:194
8 §): rows generated only for years with actually PAID ROT/RUT
invoices, resolved inside the generator; invoice-derived suggestion.
- Long tail, explicit opt-in ('Fler deadlines'): OSS quarterly and IOSS
monthly with a skipBankingDayAdjustment config flag (EU-law dates
stand on weekends), Intrastat (10th banking day of the following
month), punktskatt (ordinary skattedeklaration schedule), and
  fyllnadsinbetalning (12th of 2nd month over 30k / 3rd of 5th month,
SFL 62:8 + 65 kap.). Kvarskatt deferred: needs a slutskattebesked
date the app does not hold.
- Rolling generation horizon: recurring types ~6 months ahead, annual
12 months, mirrored in the backfill expectation keys so the nightly
cron never thrashes; regeneration now preserves manual in_progress
status; one-time cleanup migration removes existing far-future rows.

Migrations also applied to the staging branch, together with the
previously missing 20260717xxxxxx deadline migrations (staging had
drifted and lacked dismissed_at).

* fix(arsredovisning): keep narrative editable after year-end close

The narrative save endpoint refused writes whenever the fiscal period was
closed/locked, but Verkstall bokslut closes the period before the
arsredovisning text is ever written, so every legitimate save failed with
PERIOD_LOCKED and the PDF fell back to placeholder text.

The narrative is arsredovisning document text (ARL 6 kap.), not journal
rakenskapsinformation, so the bookkeeping period lock does not apply.
Saves are now refused only once a Bolagsverket submission for the period
is registrerad (ARSREDOVISNING_REGISTERED, 409); the filed artifact was
already frozen separately by the submissions immutability trigger.

* fix(skatteverket): surface dead SKV connections and nudge reconnect

Prod has ~70 companies that connected Skatteverket before the post-connect
sync fix (#1010) and silently never synced skattekonto: the only reconnect
prompt lived in the settings panel nobody revisits.

- transactions-page banner when the connection is needs_reconsent or
expired without refresh, linking to /settings/tax
- pre-connect note in the connect panel: approve ALL behorigheter on
Skatteverket's consent page (previously only shown after a failure)
- wire the inert skattekonto.connection.expired event to an email nudge
to the token owner; one send per consent episode via claim-first dedup
in notification_log (type skv_connection_expired, partial unique index
in migration 20260720090000, applied to staging)

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(archive): per-year behandlingshistorik covers late-booked vouchers + Drive backup disclaimer

The per-fiscal-year archive filtered audit rows by created_at within the
period, dropping treatment history for bokslut entries, stornos and SIE
imports booked after year end (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8). The year archive now
unions the date window with every audit row touching the period's journal
entries and lines, deduped by audit id; line rows (company_id NULL by
trigger design) are admitted via a scoped OR and reachable on the
service-role backup path. ARCHIVE_FORMAT_VERSION 2->3 forces a one-time
Drive re-upload so existing archives pick up the complete history. The
Drive card on /import Exportera and the LASMIG texts now state the Drive
copy is a convenience backup, not the BFL 7 kap legal archive.

* fix(decisions): clarify Arsredovisning narrative save behavior on submission status

* feat(invoices): gate payment links behind invoice settings opt-in

The payment-link section (manual URL field + Stripe auto-create toggle)
was visible on every invoice and auto-created Stripe links on send for
any connected company. It is now opt-in per company:

- new company_settings.invoice_payment_links_enabled, default false for
everyone (no grandfathering of Stripe-connected companies)
- invoice editor hides the whole section unless enabled; a draft that
already carries a link still shows it so old links stay clearable
- enforced server-side in maybeCreatePaymentLinkForInvoice (after the
provider lookup, so the extension-free core build never queries), so
dashboard, v1, MCP and recurring sends all obey it
- new toggle on Settings -> Invoicing, saves instantly; sv/en strings

Migration applied to the staging branch; prod gets it on merge.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(tests): add invoice_payment_links_enabled to company settings fixture

The makeCompanySettings fixture missed the new required boolean, failing
the core-only build's type check of tests/helpers.ts. Default false,
matching the migration default.

* fix(review): address CodeRabbit, compliance and Swedish review findings

Round 2 of PR #1076 review feedback, one change per accepted finding:

- pending page: res.json() safe fallback in both commit paths so a
non-JSON proxy response cannot surface a raw parser error
- bulk-commit: map operation status enums to Swedish display labels in
  the 'Redan hanterad' skip message
- payment-link settings: disable the toggle while a save is in flight
  to prevent out-of-order PUT responses
- deadlines group card: route all UI strings through next-intl
  (deadlines namespace, sv + en)
- archive export: scope the period audit entry lookup to
posted/reversed, matching the rest of the export
- error tests: assert the exact registry English message for
ECONNREFUSED to lock the no-leakage contract
- signal routes: log.warn when best-effort lookups swallow a Supabase
  error (forensics), keep fail-closed behavior
- narrative route: document that 'avslutad' submissions deliberately
stay editable (never registered at Bolagsverket)
- VAT: yearly declarations without an explicit fiscalPeriodId now
resolve the räkenskapsår ending in the target year from
fiscal_periods instead of assuming a calendar FY (SFL 26 kap
10-11 §§); calendar fallback only when no fiscal period exists
- deadlines: IOSS deadline no longer requires vat_registered
(Art. 369s has no Swedish VAT registration prerequisite)

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 46b8e2bfea Fix/fable design (#1063)
* fix(bokslut): make dispositions storno-safe and derive fond math from opening balances

A reversed year_end voucher kept its storno in the income statement while
the original was excluded (source_type asymmetry), inflating resultat fore
dispositioner by exactly the reversed amount, and the posted-only fond
balance produced a phantom negative 212X that leaked a bogus aterforing
proposal. Support case: a user double-booked periodiseringsfond, reversed
both correctly, and the dispositions page still showed wrong numbers.

- trial-balance excludeYearEndClosing now also excludes entries chained to
reversed year_end entries via reverses_id/correction_of_id (grammar
  verified against staging PostgREST)
- listExistingPeriodiseringsfonder counts posted+reversed so storno pairs
cancel, and returns opening balances per fond
- schablonintakt per IL 30 kap 6a: opening balance base, rate = SLR per
  closing year (1.96% FY2025, 2.55% FY2026), replacing the wrong SLR+1pp
  0.0355 constant
- avsattning 25% cap is year-total: already-provisioned current-cohort
growth consumes headroom in both preview and commit, so re-running the
flow can no longer double-book the fond
- SLP posts before avsattning (deductible, shrinks the cap base) and is
posted-aware: no double proposal or double count on resumed runs
- sumPostedYearEndDispositions counts correction replacements of reversed
year_end entries and exposes the SLP portion

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(bokslut): use roundOre for new fond/disposition rounding

Satisfies the naive-ore-round ratchet that tightened on main; identical
arithmetic, pinned by the existing exact-value tests.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bokslut): address PR #1063 review findings

- computeProposal receives the already-validated period row: a transient
DB failure can no longer silently skip a requested disposition (and two
redundant per-item period fetches are gone)
- getSchablonintaktRate fails closed for unmapped years instead of
falling back to the latest known rate: statutory rates are never
guessed; POST rate override remains the escape hatch
- listExistingPeriodiseringsfonder is opening-balance-entry aware:
a fond carried via the OB entry booked by year-end closing was counted
twice (once from history, once from the OB entry); balances now derive
from OB + current-period activity when an OB entry exists
- periodStart is validated as a real calendar date, not just a shape
- reversed year_end correction targets resolve company-wide in
sumPostedYearEndDispositions, matching the trial balance exclusion

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.8 3a88b53fd9 Add/api and invoice (#911)
* feat(salary): validate employee clearing/kontonummer at entry

Bank details on the "Anställda" form had no structural validation, so a
typo in clearing/kontonummer was saved silently and only surfaced at
Bankgirot LB generation (or never, on the SEPA path).

Adds a shared validator (lib/salary/payment/bank-account.ts) wired into
the create dialog, edit page, CreateEmployeeSchema, and the PATCH route:
4-digit clearing or 5-digit Swedbank (8xxxx), 5-11 digit account,
both-or-neither. Mirrors encodeReceiverAccount so entry-time validation
matches what the payout layer can encode. Update validates only when a
bank field actually changes, so legacy free-text data stays editable.
Includes a conservative clearing to bank-name hint (null for unknown
ranges). Per-bank mod10/mod11 checksum deferred to a soft-warning
follow-up.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(chart-of-accounts): styled delete warnings and bulk select-all

Replace the native window.confirm() on single-account delete with the styled DestructiveConfirmDialog, and add to the prune dialog a master 'select all unused accounts' checkbox plus an explicit confirmation step before bulk deletion. New sv/en strings for the confirm titles and actions.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(salary): encrypt personnummer on v1 employee create; tolerate legacy plaintext on read

The v1 REST create route stored personnummer unencrypted, which then threw ERR_CRYPTO_INVALID_AUTH_TAG on every decrypt-on-read path and 500'd the employees roster. Encrypt on write in v1 create, decrypt on read in the v1 list/detail/patch responses, and make decryptPersonnummer pass a raw 12-digit value through with a warn so a legacy plaintext row can't take the roster down. Encrypt seeded personnummer. Add a gated, idempotent backfill for existing rows.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bookkeeping): save a manual entry as a reusable template

Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual journal-entry form next to the existing "Anvand mall" picker, so users can capture a booking pattern the moment they work it out. Opens the shared TemplateForm (create mode) pre-seeded from the current lines via deriveTemplateLinesFromBooking, and saves through the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates. Rendered in both the mobile and desktop layouts and in create + edit modes.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(pending): label all staged operation types

The Granskning list rendered the raw snake_case operation_type (e.g.
create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox) for any type missing from the label
map, which hogs the meta row and wraps awkwardly on mobile. Add short
sv/en labels for all operation types in OPERATION_RISK_TIERS, plus a
humanized fallback for future ones, and simplify the label map to a plain
operation_type -> i18n-key record (the icon/variant fields were dead).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(reports): let users file moms without a Skatteverket connection

The momsdeklaration was never gated on the Skatteverket connection (it
renders from the bookkeeping), but the not-connected "Anslut med BankID"
card read as a wall. Make manual filing a first-class path:

- Add a "Lämna in din momsdeklaration" card under the report with a PDF
download (SKV 4700 layout, hela kronor) and a skatteverket.se link.
- Add a momsdeklaration PDF route + template; buildManualFilingRows()
rounds each ruta to whole kronor and recomputes ruta 49 per the SKV
4700 formula so it ties out. The PDF is a read/record copy, not a
submission file (moms has no upload channel).
- Offer PDF alongside Excel in the report's export menu.
- Reframe the not-connected SkatteverketPanel to "Skicka direkt till
  Skatteverket (valfritt)".

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(salary): compact new-employee dialog and warn on bad account check digit

Redesign NewEmployeeDialog into a compact layout: borderless sections split
by hairline dividers (no per-section cards), a fixed header + scrolling body
+ solid footer (fixes content showing through the old sticky bar), and denser
grids. EmployeeTaxCard gains a `flat` variant so the dialog can host it
without card chrome; the edit page keeps the boxed version.

Add non-blocking Swedish account check-digit validation
(lib/bankgiro/account-number.ts): mod10 (reuses luhn) + mod11, with a
clearing->method table from the Bankgirot "Bankernas kontonummeruppbyggnad"
spec, cross-checked against jop-io/kontonummer.js and verified against a real
account (Forex 9420/4172385). Surfaced as a soft warning in both employee
forms; unrecognised clearings return 'unknown' so we never warn on a valid
but unmapped account. Never blocks saving.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(invoices): configurable send time + editing for recurring invoices

Re-register the accidentally-removed recurring cron (now hourly) and add a
per-schedule send hour (Europe/Stockholm, DST-aware). The cron never sends for
a past date, and the enabling migration pauses every existing schedule on
deploy so nothing auto-sends behind a user's back; users reactivate consciously
(with a confirm) or click "Skapa faktura nu" to send this month on demand.
Automatic sending now requires a customer email. Adds a full edit flow (row
click opens the prefilled form, PATCH), fixing the row-click 404.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(invoices): configure självfaktura via the invoice API

Add an optional is_self_billed flag (plus external_invoice_number,
self_billing_agreement_ref, received_date) to the public invoice-create
endpoint so callers can register a received self-billing invoice
(mottagen självfaktura, ML 17 kap 15§) via the API. It was previously
only reachable from the internal dashboard route, so it was missing from
the API docs.

Extract the booking into a shared service (lib/invoices/self-billed-sale.ts)
and refactor the internal /api/invoices/self-billed route to a thin wrapper
over it, so the dashboard and the API cannot drift. Books as a sale
(Debit 1510 / Credit 30xx+26xx) with the counterparty's number; no own
number is consumed. Fields are plain optionals (no schema refine) so
UpdateInvoiceSchema.omit() keeps working; required-when-self-billed is
enforced in the route. Documented in the endpoint registry. No migration
(columns already exist).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(settings): allow a partial voucher-series-per-source-type map

In Zod 4 an enum-keyed z.record is exhaustive (every source_type
required), so saving a default_voucher_series_per_source_type map that
omits a source type (e.g. the newly added result_appropriation) failed
with "expected string, received undefined". Use partialRecord so the map
can be sparse; the engine falls back to series 'A' for any unmapped key.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(salary): resolve employer name via getCompanyDisplayName

Payslip PDFs, the payslip email, AGI, KU10, and the BG/LB + SEPA payment
files now resolve the employer name through getCompanyDisplayName
(company_settings.company_name, falling back to companies.name), matching
how invoices already display it. Read-side coalesce, so no migration or
backfill: companies.name is write-once at onboarding and not authoritative
for these surfaces. The sidebar company switcher uses the same coalesce for
the non-active companies in the list.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* perf(kontoplan): index-only account usage counts + lighter reference load

Add a covering index on journal_entry_lines (journal_entry_id,
account_number) so get_account_usage_counts becomes an index-only scan
(prod worst case ~440ms). Slim /api/bookkeeping/accounts/reference to
return only the company's activation rows and merge against the
client-bundled BAS_REFERENCE instead of re-sending the full ~1,300-account
catalog every load, and defer the BAS catalog + usage counts off the
first-paint critical path in ChartOfAccountsManager.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* i18n(salary): add bank-account checksum warning string

sv/en strings for the employee bank-account (clearing/kontonummer) soft
checksum warning shown by the create/edit forms.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs: update decision log

Append the 2026-07-06/07 decision entries (salary employer-name coalesce,
sidebar switcher, employees API personnummer fix, kontoplan load
optimization, momsdeklaration manual filing, recurring invoices resend +
reactivation + editing, "spara som mall", voucher-series partial map, and
självfaktura via the invoice API).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: address compliance-review findings on recurring invoices + moms filing

- recurring cron: close the double-send window with an atomic compare-and-set
claim on last_run_at (release-on-failure) so two overlapping hourly runs
can't both spawn from the same stale batch row
- recurring edit dialog: force auto_send=false whenever the effective customer
has no email, so a disabled-but-checked box can't PATCH auto_send=true after
  the async customer load
- momsdeklaration manual-filing: truncate rutor to whole kronor (öretal faller
bort per SFL 22 kap 1 §) instead of round-to-nearest, matching the SRU path

* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup

- middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the
extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so
company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard
- BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the
give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once
(a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first,
failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown
instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors
- bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the
identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a
retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account
- bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink
(BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method)
- login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of
dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings

* docs: move secondary guides into docs/, delete dead root files

Move DOCKER.md, SELF-HOSTING.md, WHITELABEL.md and extensions.md
(renamed EXTENSIONS.md) into a new docs/ folder and update all path
references (README, setup.sh, .dockerignore image rules, docker-publish
workflow comment, _example-branding, lib/branding/service.ts).

Delete two dead root files: customer.json (stray API-test payload) and
findings.md (point-in-time swarm audit export, criticals already filed).

* fix(api): security & correctness hardening + withRouteContext MFA migration across API routes

Audit of ~100 app/api routes. Highlights:

Security
- agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews
  (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped
- calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a
public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only
- bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the
IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded
- agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile
  while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated

Correctness
- account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000
rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) ->
fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes)
- voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could
show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced
- 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed
- assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed
- invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent;
  deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod

Convention
- ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation,
corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger

Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests.

* feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt

Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can
capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right
where they figured out how something should be booked.

- derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking
(settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with
its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business
ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart)
- extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the
booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility
  hints instead of duplicating them
- save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint

* fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer

Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning
och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every
statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL
filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts
diverged.

The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL
document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that
emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3
templates. Also fixed along the way:

- Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load
and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all.
- mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass
nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a
  non-fileable document before download.
- Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's
  strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's
duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR.
- FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver
(never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year
opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie
the roll-forward exactly to booked UB.
- build-input dedupes warnings now that the PDF path runs the same
  mapping.

Regression test asserts no RR/BR label ever contains a four-digit
account number again.

* fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens

Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's
omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived
opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr"
with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode
(prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the
invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest
years.

- lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector
  (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis)
- Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced,
naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP
gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread
- SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave
a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as
warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim
migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and
  now renders them
- opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return
409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in
the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind
retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code

Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and
never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted.

* fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink

Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors:

- Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates
table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest
concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation
or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek.
Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate.
- Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting
the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's
deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration
makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows.
- Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only
  genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied
/api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well.
- application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL)
validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always
  failing the magic-byte check.
- correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the
BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from
a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test).
- Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using
scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh.

* fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents

Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE,
TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code
and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once
expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI
kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of
failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent
proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts

A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the
currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE
(company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors
left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands
out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots,
skipping slots held by any existing row.

- Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills
reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of
  re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives).
- Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects
duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of
  silently skipping the mirror.
- Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for
every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt
  guidance.

* fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews

Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS
amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an
unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled
both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP
preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact
lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross
bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives
them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines.
ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to
the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart

SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never
used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one
grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET
/api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune
deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account
list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never
deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog
grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces

Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line
dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets
against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail
responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot
follows.

* perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths

Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized
awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice
detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now
run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and
getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same
round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope
optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind
the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices
server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the
whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion
dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list
bundle.

* feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit

Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks:

- One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an
empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the
latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new
salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The
  separate /salary/runs/new page is gone.
- Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail,
KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately
wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/.
- Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token],
backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with
PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the
  route from auth redirects.
- Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs
Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB
sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026).
- AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing
links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with
  skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid.
- Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish,
  municipality tax-table lookup improvements.

messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune,
skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before
this.

* chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping

- Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16
renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged).
- Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs
  don't break the build type-check.
- Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to
lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76.
- template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding.
- database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list.

* fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink

relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(),
which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the
pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops
executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag.
Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical
link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging.

Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against
non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so
an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test.

* fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap)

Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to
guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger,
which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on
UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all.
That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link
durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression).

Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the
same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays
allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The
correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving
underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Sonnet 5 ec27228a8e style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests,
and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than
house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon
for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal
ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for
paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by
hand together to keep sv/en in sync.

Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than
decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex,
charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE
encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the
agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and
a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte.

Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in
ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial
pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it
exists to verify.

Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27
SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes,
with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above.

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.8 f63d3e3100 Bug/open banking flow (#854)
* fix(enable-banking): pin Mobile BankID (decoupled) auth_method so Handelsbanken corporate connects

We never sent auth_method to Enable Banking, so it fell back to the ASPSP's
visible default — REDIRECT for Handelsbanken. For Handelsbanken *corporate*
PSUs the redirect flow does not support Mobile BankID, so authorization failed
right after the user approved in the BankID app. Mobile BankID at Handelsbanken
is a DECOUPLED method flagged hidden_method=true, which Enable Banking only uses
when requested explicitly.

Resolve the bank's preferred auth method before /auth: query the ASPSP's
auth_methods and pick the DECOUPLED (Mobile BankID) method when present,
otherwise leave auth_method unset so banks that already work are untouched.
The method name is read dynamically per psu_type, so it is robust across
sandbox/production naming.

- api-client: add approach/hidden_method to AuthMethod, fix ASPSP.auth_methods
field name (was available_auth_methods, never populated), add
getPreferredAuthMethod(), thread optional authMethod through startAuthorization
- index: resolve authMethod in /connect and pass it on both fresh + reconnect
- tests: cover method selection and request-body shaping

* refactor(invoice-inbox): clean up bulk-selection toolbar UI

Redesign the selection toolbar shown when inbox items are checked:
one solid primary "Bokför valda" button with outlined secondary
actions ("Fråga assistenten", "Ta bort") and a plain selection
count. Removes the redundant "Avmarkera" button (users uncheck the
still-visible box), fixes label clipping, and gives the toolbar more
breathing room.

* chore(entitlements): bypass paywall in local development

Add isPaywallBypassed() so all gated capabilities are testable locally
without a subscription. Fires only on NODE_ENV=development (npm run dev)
or an explicit DISABLE_PAYWALL=true escape hatch — production builds run
under NODE_ENV=production and the entitlement suite runs under 'test',
so both keep exercising the real gate.

* fix(tic): resolve enskild firma bolagsuppgifter via 12-digit personnummer

TIC's Lens search is fuzzy and only resolves an enskild firma from the 12-digit (century-prefixed) personnummer; a 10-digit form fuzzy-matched an unrelated entity. Expand personnummer to 12 digits before querying and reject hits whose registration number is unrelated to the request. Add a "Hämta" action to the settings Bolagsuppgifter panel to (re)fetch on demand.

* feat(transactions): implement categorize core for bank transaction categorization

- Added `categorize-core.ts` to handle categorization of bank transactions, supporting single and bulk operations.
- Introduced `categorizeMatchedTransaction` and `bulkBookMatchedInboxItems` functions for transaction processing.
- Implemented fiscal period validation and duplicate booking detection.
- Enhanced logging and error handling for transaction categorization.

feat(scripts): add diagnostic script for Handelsbanken ASPSP metadata

- Created `check-handelsbanken-aspsp.mjs` to fetch and display available authentication methods for Handelsbanken.
- Outputs metadata for business and personal PSU types, including default authentication methods.

fix(migrations): increase statement timeout for SIE bulk delete operations

- Updated `20260629160000_sie_bulk_delete_statement_timeout.sql` to set a longer statement timeout for bulk delete RPCs to prevent cancellations during large imports.

feat(migrations): add bulk book inbox items to pending operations

- Expanded `pending_operations` table to include `bulk_book_inbox_items` operation type in `20260630120000_pending_operations_add_bulk_book_inbox_items.sql`.
- Supports bulk booking of matched inbox items against bank transactions.

test(pg): add tests for replace_period_opening_balance_link RPC

- Implemented tests in `replace-period-opening-balance-link.pg.test.ts` to validate the functionality of the opening-balance correction flow.
- Ensured immutability of opening balance links and proper handling of posted vs. non-posted entries.

* fix(sie-export): update journal entries and lines handling in SIE export tests

* fix(migrations): resolve version collision on 20260629160000

The SIE bulk-delete statement_timeout migration shared version
20260629160000 with journal_entries_list_series_filter (merged from
main via #798/#823), causing a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate key
error on apply. Rename the branch's migration to 20260629160100.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(compliance): resolve compliance-swarm + review findings

- opening-balance/correct: compensating rollback for the non-atomic
storno+rebook so a mid-sequence failure never leaves two posted OB
entries (ASVS V2.3); durable audit event on every failure path
(V16); reference the original verifikationsnummer in the corrected
entry per BFL 5 kap 5§; document that requireWrite already enforces
  write-role + membership (V8.2.1 was a false positive)
- reports sources routes: validate the cursor date component as ISO
(/^\d{4}-\d{2}-\d{2}$/) before use, 400 on malformed (ASVS V1.2),
applied to both the VAT-declaration and trial-balance routes
- AgentSessionList: await the rename PATCH, revert the optimistic
title and toast on failure (ASVS V4.5)
- bank booking: exclude same-batch siblings from the booking-time
duplicate guard so bulk-booking distinct same-(date,amount)
transactions no longer false-positives; pre-existing duplicate
  detection is preserved
- BulkBookInboxDialog: drop the unsafe currency-based reverse_charge
default, add an omvänd skattskyldighet advisory, and type VAT
options to the backend VatTreatment union
- OpeningBalanceRowEditor: hold onChange in a ref (synced in effect,
not during render) so an unstable callback can't cause a render loop

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.8 2a8bf9b42e Bug/year end numbers (#744)
* fix(bookkeeping): allow creating a fiscal year that fills an interior gap

Fiscal-period creation only allowed chaining a new räkenskapsår before the
earliest or after the latest existing period, so a company with a gap between
years (e.g. 2024 + 2026 from an SIE import, missing 2025) could not create the
missing year — it failed with "New period must chain before the earliest or
after the latest existing period".

Generalise forward chaining onto the new period's immediate predecessor, which
covers both appending a new latest year and filling an interior gap. The
"prior year must be locked" guard now applies only to true appends, not gap
fills (a backfill, like backward chaining). previous_period_id is set to the
predecessor and the successor is relinked so the BFNAR 2013:2 continuity chain
stays intact. The create dialog suggests the missing year (capped so it never
overlaps the next period), the settings page seeds the dialog at the earliest
gap, and the default suggested name is now "Räkenskapsår <year>".

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bookkeeping): omföra föregående års resultat (2099 → 2098) at year-end

Year-end closing posts the result to 2099 "Årets resultat" and the opening
balance carried it forward on 2099 every year, so 2099 accumulated across
years and the prior result never moved off "Årets resultat".

executeYearEndClosing now posts a separate "Omföring av föregående års
resultat" verifikat (Dr 2099 / Cr 2098 for a profit, reversed for a loss)
into the new period after the continuity check passes, so 2099 starts each
year at zero. Kept as a standalone entry rather than folded into the opening
balance so the IB stays a faithful mirror of the prior UB and IB/UB
continuity still holds. Aktiebolag only; idempotent; no-op when 2099 is flat.
The 2098 → 2091/2898 disposition (bolagsstämma decision) is intentionally
left to a separate step.

- new source_type 'result_appropriation' (migration + type + Zod enum)
- generateResultAppropriation helper (planner + poster) wired as step 11
- ResultStep surfaces the omföring voucher
- unit tests + pg-real invariant
- scripts/repair-result-appropriation.ts: retroactive catch-up (dry-run default)

* feat(transactions): shadow-detect date-drift duplicate bank transactions

The content-dedup bridge buckets on exact (date, ore), so the same
transaction re-imported with a booking date that drifted a day lands in
a different bucket and slips past every dedup layer. Add a measure-only
("shadow") detector that flags would-be +/-1-day duplicates and counts
them, without changing what is inserted - so the gap can be validated on
real data before any enforcement, mirroring the scope-drift shadow.

- shiftIsoDate(): pure, deterministic adjacent-date helper
- ingest: DEDUP_DATE_DRIFT_MODE flag (default on), pre-loop bucket
  snapshot, per-row gate with desc-bridge + cross-channel-symmetry
signals; logs shadow_date_drift_candidates, never alters inserts
- fail-safe date guard so the measurement can never abort an import
- regression tests for both signals, account/window/distinct guards,
  no-double-count, and the malformed-date fail-safe

* test(bookkeeping): anonymize a customer reference in fiscal-period tests

Remove a real customer name ("AXMD AB") from regression-test comments;
no logic change.

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.8 8322830f46 Add/issue in absurdum (#739)
* feat(assets): allow editing fixed asset fields before depreciation

The fixed asset register only offered a "Dispose" action, so correcting a
mis-entered acquisition date/cost/category meant running the disposal flow —
which posts a real divestment voucher plus a Ch. 8a VAT adjustment.
Disproportionate and wrong for a data-entry fix.

Add an Edit action that allows correcting those fields directly, gated for
correctness:

- service: extend updateAsset() with category/acquisition_date/
acquisition_cost; block the change once the asset is disposed or has posted
depreciation (AssetCorrectionBlockedError) where it would desync posted
vouchers from the register; realign the BAS triple on category change.
Name, useful life, and method stay editable.
- api: extend the PATCH schema; annotate GET /api/assets with
has_posted_depreciation so the UI can lock basis fields proactively.
- ui: EditAssetDialog + pencil action; disables date/cost/category when
depreciation has been booked, with an inline explanation.
- errors: register ASSET_CORRECTION_BLOCKED (409).
- tests: unit tests for the guard; pg test for pre-disposal editability.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(assets): also block basis edits when depreciation was hand-posted

The correction guard only consulted depreciation_schedules, so an
avskrivning booked as a manual journal entry (no schedule row) slipped
through and a basis correction was wrongly allowed.

Add a ledger scan: any posted credit to the asset's ackumulerade-
avskrivningar account (12x9) counts as depreciation. Entries that
depreciation_schedules attributes to a *different* asset are excluded, so
a sibling's engine avskrivning on a shared 12x9 account doesn't produce a
false block. What remains is depreciation tied to this asset (engine or
manual); a basis correction is blocked there and must go through storno.

Adds two unit tests: blocks on a hand-posted credit, allows when the only
12x9 credit belongs to a sibling's engine entry.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(invoices): allow negative unit prices for discount lines

The invoice creation form rejected negative unit prices via a frontend
superRefine check, blocking valid discount lines (e.g. "Rabatt -100").
The unit_price error was never rendered inline, so submission failed
silently. The backend schema already allows negative unit prices (see
CreateInvoiceItemSchema test), so the form was simply out of sync.

Remove the non-negative constraint; empty/NaN prices are still rejected
by the base z.number() type. Drop the now-unused validation_price_positive
translation key from both locale files.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(invoices): allow editing draft invoices

Drafts could be saved but not edited — the only way to change a draft's
lines, customer, dates or amounts was to delete and recreate it. Add a
"Redigera" action on draft invoices that opens the invoice editor
pre-filled with the draft and saves changes in place.

A verifikat is only created when an invoice is sent (or paid, under
kontantmetoden), so every status=draft invoice is uncommitted and safe to
edit; sent/paid invoices stay immutable and still require a credit note.

- Extract buildInvoiceWriteData() with the shared validation + computation
(VAT rules, ROT/RUT, accruals, totals, currency, item rows); POST now
  uses it too, behaviour unchanged.
- Add UpdateInvoiceSchema and PATCH /api/invoices/[id], guarded to drafts
(status=draft, no journal entry, not self-billed); number and status are
preserved and no invoice.created is emitted.
- Extract the invoice creator into a shared InvoiceEditor with create /
edit modes; /invoices/new is now a thin wrapper and /invoices/[id]/edit
  is the new edit page.
- Add a "Redigera" button on draft invoice detail pages + sv/en strings.
- Tests for the builder, UpdateInvoiceSchema and the PATCH route.

* feat(reports): make Huvudbok findable via account/saldo search terms

Searching the command palette for natural phrases like 'saldo per konto', 'kontoutdrag', 'kontoanalys' or 'transaktioner per konto' returned nothing, so users couldn't find the general ledger. Enrich the Huvudbok entry's keywords with those synonyms, and let Saldobalans and Balansrapport match 'saldo per konto' too since they are genuinely per-account balance views.

Companion change — the clearer Huvudbok report description ('Saldo och alla transaktioner per konto') — already landed in d5f474cb.

* feat(settings): let users edit their personal name

Add an editable Namn field to /settings/account that updates profiles.full_name and best-effort syncs auth user_metadata. Previously the personal name was only ever set from BankID's legal name at signup with no way to correct it, so users whose tilltalsnamn isn't their first given name were greeted by the wrong name (and email/password users had no name at all).

New POST /api/user/profile route (requireAuth, RLS-scoped update) mirrors /api/user/locale. sv/en strings added.

* feat(invoices): per-invoice öresavrundning override

Add a display-only öresavrundning flag per invoice that wins over the
company-wide setting. Resolution order in getDisplayTotal: per-invoice
override -> company setting -> default-on. The stored total and the booked
verifikat keep the exact öre; only the rendered total changes.

Supplier invoices gain the same flag but resolve a null to off (they never
had rounding historically), exposed via a toggle on the new-invoice form
and a rounding row on the detail page.

* feat(transactions): warn on possible duplicate before booking

Before committing a transaction (via book or categorize), detect an
already-booked sibling with the same date and amount and return a 409
TRANSACTION_BOOK_POSSIBLE_DUPLICATE instead of silently double-booking.

The user can override with force=true, which must be bound to the reviewed
sibling via expected_duplicate_transaction_id; the candidate is re-detected
server-side, so a stale or guessed id is rejected with
TRANSACTION_BOOK_FORCE_CANDIDATE_MISMATCH. Detection is fail-open on the
non-force path and fail-closed under force.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(transactions): shadow-mode scope-drift dedup counter in bank ingest

Count rows that an enforcing same-feed scope-drift rule WOULD treat as
re-imports (the IBAN-drift re-imports the external_id check misses) and
surface it as IngestResult.shadow_scope_drift_candidates. Nothing is
blocked yet -- the counter only measures how often the rule would fire so
it can be validated against real data before enforcement.

Also gitignore scripts/delete-duplicate-transactions.ts: a destructive,
hand-run cleanup tool kept out of the repo so it can't run in CI/cron or be
mistaken for a supported feature.

* fix(bokslut): base bolagsskatt on post-disposition result

Bokslutsdispositioner are booked as source_type='year_end', which the
income statement excludes, so net_result alone overstates resultat före
skatt and the booked tax ignored the periodiseringsfond avsättning (too-high
tax, ÅR/INK2 mismatch).

calculateBolagsskatt now accepts resultBeforeTaxOverride. The preview builder
mirrors each proposal's P&L effect (+återföring, -avsättning, -SLP) onto the
pre-disposition result; the commit path sums the already-posted dispositions
via the new sumPostedYearEndDispositions (class 88 + 7533) since bolagsskatt
is committed last.

* feat(settings): fiscal years manager

Add a FiscalYearsManager to the bookkeeping settings that lists fiscal
periods with their status (closed > locked > open) and creates the next
year via CreatePeriodDialog, seeded to chain forward from the latest
period end.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(api): return 400 when locking a period with unbooked transactions

lockPeriod() refuses to lock a period that still has uncategorized business
transactions. Detect that message in the lock route and surface it as a
clear PERIOD_HAS_UNBOOKED_TRANSACTIONS (400) instead of a generic 500.

* feat(invoices): implement isEditableInvoiceDraft utility and apply it across invoice edit routes
feat(transactions): log duplicate dismissal events in behandlingshistorik
test(invoices): add tests for isEditableInvoiceDraft function
test(transactions): enhance tests to verify behandlingshistorik logging
refactor(bokslut): update tax calculation test descriptions for clarity

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 db8983ba9e Add/bokslut (#718)
* feat(arcim-migration): Briox provider with SIE-over-API import

- Briox auth via account ID + application token (no app-level
credentials); both tokens rotate on refresh and are persisted
- New sie-fetcher pulls the general ledger as SIE through the
provider API for Fortnox, Briox and Bjorn Lunden
- Wizard stops on a failed SIE import and surfaces the real errors
instead of proceeding to the misleading migrate-guard message
- PROVIDER_SIE_ONLY_FORTNOX renamed to PROVIDER_SIE_NOT_SUPPORTED;
new PROVIDER_TOKEN_INVALID for rejected provider credentials

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bookkeeping): per-line accruals (periodisering) on invoices and supplier invoices

Defer revenue/costs per invoice line to 29xx/17xx interim accounts with
automatic monthly dissolution (nightly cron + catch-up at registration),
schedule cancellation on credit, year-end auto-detect exclusion for
already-scheduled invoices, invoice-inbox service-period extraction for
prefill, and an MCP tool to list schedules.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bokslut): iXBRL arsredovisning generation and Bolagsverket digital filing

Generate the annual report as iXBRL from a generated taxonomy registry
(K2 element lists, taxonomy:generate/check scripts + CI guard), expose it
via the fiscal-period API, and add the bolagsverket extension for digital
submission to eget utrymme with webhook-driven status tracking
(submissions table + pg tests, lifecycle events, year-end wizard UI).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(mcp): raise origin-guard test timeout to 20s

The dynamic import pulls in the full server module; the parse alone
flirts with the 5s default under full-suite parallel load.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* Add new scripts and documentation for K2 AB taxonomy generation and validation

- Introduced `generate-taxonomy-registry.ts` to automate the generation of the iXBRL taxonomy concept registry from official element lists and tuple models.
- Added `validate-ixbrl.mjs` for validating generated iXBRL reports against the official taxonomy package using Arelle.
- Included new documentation files:
  - `k2-ab-arsredovisning-elementlista-2024-09-12_rev20250312_sv.xlsx`
  - `tuple-innehallsmodell-arsredovisning-k2-2024-09-12.xlsx`
  - `taxonomi-paket-2024-09-12_rev20250312.zip`

* Add tests for bookkeeping accruals dissolution and supplier invoices

- Implement tests for the POST /api/bookkeeping/accruals/[id]/dissolve route, covering success and error scenarios.
- Add tests for the DELETE /api/supplier-invoices/[id] route, including authentication checks and validation of invoice deletion conditions.
- Introduce tests for the Arcim migration provider client, ensuring token handling and error classification.
- Create tests for the Bolagsverket extension, validating submission role enforcement and environment settings.
- Add Zod schemas for Bolagsverket response payloads to ensure proper validation.
- Implement tests for MCP server's list accrual schedules, confirming registration and scope mapping.
- Add consistency tests for IXBRL document generation, ensuring duplicate facts and XML escaping are handled correctly.
- Introduce typed domain errors for accrual schedules to improve error handling in the service.
- Add tests for resolving consent with Briox token refresh concurrency, ensuring proper token management and error handling.

* fix(tests): update payload size guard comments to reflect recent changes in tool descriptions and ceiling adjustments

* fix(gitattributes): mark generated JSON files in bokslut taxonomy as linguist-generated

* feat(migrations): add backfill for invoices.journal_entry_id and fallback for next_voucher_number user_id

* feat(bokslut): enhance compliance and financial processing features with new submission details and security measures

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.8 0ca9c25aba Add/user feedback (#679)
* feat(bookkeeping): make blocked fiscal-year creation actionable

When creating a new räkenskapsår is blocked because a prior period is
still open, the "Skapa räkenskapsår" dialog no longer dead-ends on an
English toast. The API now returns the canonical bilingual error envelope
with the blocking periods (id/name/dates) under details, and the dialog
renders a Swedish panel that locks them inline (reversible locked_at) via
the existing /lock endpoint and retries creation.

The guard rule is unchanged and remains BFL-compliant: BFL 6 kap allows
löpande bokföring of the new year in parallel with the prior year's
bokslut, so a lock (not a full close) is sufficient and reversible.

- Add PERIOD_CREATE_BLOCKED_BY_OPEN_PERIODS structured error code
- Return envelope + details.blockingPeriods from the 409 (was English string)
- CreatePeriodDialog: inline "lås och skapa" panel + lock-and-retry
- Update route tests for the new envelope shape

* fix(ui): prevent mouse wheel from mutating number inputs

A focused <input type="number"> would change its value on scroll,
silently turning e.g. a 20000 salary into 19998. Blur number inputs
on wheel so the page scrolls instead of editing the value. Applied
at the Input primitive so all number fields are protected.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(salary): auto-derive skattetabell and kolumn for employees

Replace the opaque manual "Skattetabell (29-42)" and "Kolumn (1-6)" inputs
on the employee form with a self-deriving flow: the user picks their
folkbokföringskommun from a searchable dropdown and the tax table fills
itself in, while the column derives from the personnummer we already collect.

- Add a searchable municipality picker (MunicipalityCombobox) backed by a
  new cached GET /api/salary/tax-tables/kommuner endpoint.
- Wrap the whole "Skatt" card in a self-contained EmployeeTaxCard used by
both the create and edit pages, with InfoTooltips and named column options.
- deriveTaxColumn(): auto-select column 1 for under-66 employees; leave the
ambiguous 66+ case (pension vs working senior) to a clearly-named manual
  choice.
- Fix fetchKommunTaxRates() to page through all ~1300 församling rows instead
of a single 500-row page (which silently dropped ~200 kommuner, incl.
Göteborg) and normalize the uppercase names to title case.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): correct CSV amount-column guess and surface skipped rows

Manual CSV column-mapping auto-guess walked each data row right-to-left
and picked the first numeric cell as the amount, so on the common
...;Belopp;Saldo layout it grabbed the trailing running-balance column.
Extract the guess into a pure, tested suggestColumnMapping(): match
header labels first (belopp/amount -> amount, saldo/balance -> balance),
auto-fill the balance field, and fall back to value heuristics that skip
the balance column and prefer a column carrying negative values.

Also surface stats.skipped_rows + parse warnings in BankFileConfirmStep -
the manual-mapping path skips the preview step that was the only place
they showed, so skipped rows were silently dropped from view.

Add a unit test reproducing the Saldo-as-amount regression.

* feat: add "Save as draft" functionality for invoices

- Implemented a new feature to allow users to save invoices as unnumbered drafts without generating an invoice number until finalized.
- Added a `save_as_draft` flag to the CreateInvoiceInput schema to handle draft saving logic.
- Updated the invoice creation API to skip number allocation when saving as a draft.
- Introduced a new endpoint for finalizing drafts, which allocates an invoice number and emits an `invoice.created` event.
- Enhanced the UI to include a "Save as draft" button, with loading states and tooltips.
- Updated tests to cover the new draft saving and finalization logic, including race conditions for concurrent modifications.
- Added relevant error handling for draft finalization and deletion scenarios.

* feat(employee): add employment start and end date fields to employee forms

* feat: enhance invoice and salary run handling with improved validation and event logging

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.8 c6c86cded4 Mcp/template data feedback (#617)
* fix(booking-templates): scope template list to the active company

GET /api/settings/booking-templates relied solely on the btl_select RLS
policy, which is membership-wide (user_company_ids) and returns templates
from every company the user belongs to. A user who owns multiple companies
saw all their templates merged regardless of which company was active.

Narrow the list in the API layer (mirroring counterparty-templates) to
system + the active company + the active company's team. RLS stays the
security backstop; this fixes the cross-company merge within a single
user's own view (it was never a cross-tenant data leak).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): show proper message for duplicate bank file upload

The bank file import page mis-parsed the structured error envelope
({ error: { code, message, details } }), so a BANK_FILE_DUPLICATE
(409) fell through to the generic "Kunde inte läsa filen" fallback.
The upload step also hardcoded that same string as the error heading,
so duplicates were doubly misreported as parse failures.

- Parse the structured envelope by error.code; surface error.message
for all codes instead of rendering the error object.
- Add a dedicated BANK_FILE_DUPLICATE message using the importedAt /
importedCount details the route already returns.
- Add an optional errorTitle prop to BankFileUploadStep (defaults to
the previous text) and pass "Filen är redan importerad" for dupes.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(tests): add comprehensive tests for recordateEntry, inbox-linking, and external-id handling

- Implemented unit tests for recordateEntry in the bookkeeping module to validate various scenarios including date changes, non-posted entries, and fiscal period restrictions.
- Created tests for inbox-linking status in pending operations to ensure correct handling of invoice inbox items and supplier invoices, addressing historical bugs related to status updates.
- Added tests for external-id utilities to ensure consistent handling of monetary amounts and deduplication keys across different transaction sources.
- Introduced new functions in external-id.ts for stable external ID generation and normalization of imported descriptions, enhancing transaction deduplication reliability.

feat(migrations): add new database migrations for transaction handling

- Created migration to exclude storno and correction vouchers from unmatched GL lines, ensuring accurate reconciliation.
- Added a migration to preserve original bank transaction descriptions in a new immutable column, allowing for user edits while maintaining audit trails and deduplication integrity.

* feat(migrations): add function to exclude storno/correction vouchers from unmatched GL lines

* feat(transactions): enhance transaction handling with improved description normalization and preloaded original entries

* feat: implement findNextPeriod function and integrate into year-end closing logic

* feat: add integrity check for PDF documents and enhance user feedback for corrupt files

* Refactor year-end service and period creation logic for improved UTC handling and error messaging

- Update `validateYearEndReadiness` to assert on stable warning messages without interpolating period names.
- Modify `createNextPeriod` to ensure date calculations are performed in UTC, preventing DST-related issues.
- Enhance error handling in `validateYearEndReadiness` and `executeYearEndClosing` to avoid exposing database details.

- Add tests for document integrity checks, ensuring proper authentication and error handling.
- Implement GUC checks in document versioning to prevent unauthorized modifications and ensure company membership.
- Update migration scripts to reflect changes in document immutability enforcement.

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.7 a2a556d837 Bug/UI wrong display (#573)
* fix(dashboard): exclude credit notes from unpaid invoices widget

Credit notes (status='sent', negative total) were summed into the
"Att få betalt" widget, producing confusing negative totals like
"2 st, -38 625 kr". Filter them out via credited_invoice_id IS NULL,
matching the existing pattern in reminder-processor and the AR ledger.

* fix(documents): harden PDF preview and upload validation

- JournalEntryAttachments: switch inline PDF preview from <iframe> to
  <object type="application/pdf">. Mirrors the AttachmentPreviewSheet
fix from #572 — Chrome's frame pipeline intermittently surfaced
"Det här innehållet har blockerats" on iframes even with permissive
CSP. <object> invokes the PDF plugin directly. crbug.com/271452.

- /api/documents/:id/inline: resolve Content-Type via file extension
when mime_type is null or application/octet-stream. Legacy uploads
landed with empty File.type from some drag sources; combined with
the new X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff header on this route,
Chrome refused to render valid PDFs. Extension fallback covers
every legacy row without a DB backfill.

- /api/documents POST: surface DB-trigger period-lock errors as a
  400 DOC_UPLOAD_PERIOD_LOCKED with a Swedish reason. Previously
every catch was bucketed into DOC_UPLOAD_STORAGE_FAILED (500 /
"Filen kunde inte sparas") which hid the real cause from users
attaching to verifikationer in closed/locked fiscal periods.

- document-service: add validateDocumentMagicBytes() that inspects
the first bytes for valid PDF/PNG/JPEG/WebP headers (PDF tolerates
a leading UTF-8 BOM). Wired into uploadDocument() and
createNewVersion() so every upload path is protected — UI, MCP,
and future email/webhook ingestion. Defends against agents that
send a base64-encoded text placeholder instead of real binary
bytes via the gnubok_upload_document MCP tool, which produced
tiny (15-561 byte) "PDFs" that failed to render in Chrome and
  in external viewers.

Tests use a minimal valid PDF buffer (%PDF-1.4 … %%EOF).

* feat(arsredovisning): emit ÅRL-required notes and FTE-weighted medelantal

Five compliance gaps fixed in the K2 and K3 noter builders:

- Anläggningstillgångar roll-forward per ÅRL 5:8 § — per-category IB
anskaffningsvärde, tillkommande, avgående, UB and accumulated
avskrivningar movement (was only emitting avskrivningstider).
- Långfristiga skulder förfallande efter mer än fem år per ÅRL 5:13 §.
- Ställda säkerheter and Eventualförpliktelser as separate notes per
  ÅRL 5:14-15 § (K2 previously combined them).
- Koncernförhållanden per BFNAR 2016:10 kap. 19 / BFNAR 2012:1 kap. 8.

Replaces medelantal anställda — the old query filtered employees by an
is_active column that doesn't exist, so the note never emitted. Now
uses an FTE-weighted day-based average per ÅRL 5:20 §.

Six disclosure fields persist on arsredovisning_narratives as per-period
overrides; the UI extends the existing förvaltningsberättelse editor
with a "Lagstadgade upplysningar" subsection sharing the same Spara
button — no new pages, no settings changes.

* fix(invoices): respect vat_registered=false and hide personnummer for B2C

- PDF address block no longer prints org_number for individual customers
(GDPR data minimization; ML 17 kap 24§ requires name + address only).
- Wire company_settings.vat_registered through the rule helpers, invoice
creation API, preview-pdf API, and the new-invoice form so a non-VAT-
registered seller cannot charge VAT (ML 1 kap. 1§). The PDF suppresses
the empty "Moms 0%" row and shows a dedicated "Företaget är inte
momsregistrerat" notice instead of the ML 3 kap. exempt notice.
- Engine unchanged: 'exempt' treatment already routes to 3004/3100 and
  skips VAT lines.

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.7 32d9978f1b Fix/chrome pdf preview csp (#572)
* feat: add option to exclude year-end closing entries in SIE export and related reports

* delete docs

* fix: allow Chrome's PDF viewer in verifikat document preview

The /api/documents/:id/inline route shipped with
`object-src 'none'` in its CSP, which blocked Chrome's built-in PDF
viewer (it renders inline PDFs via an internal <embed>). Users on
Chrome saw "Det här innehållet har blockerats" when expanding a PDF
attachment in the bookkeeping view; Firefox (PDF.js) and Edge (own
viewer) were unaffected, and JPGs worked because <img> isn't subject
to object-src.

Drops the CSP for this route to the minimum needed for embeddability:
`frame-ancestors 'self'`. X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff plus the
fixed Content-Type from the handler already block MIME confusion;
X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN + frame-ancestors still block clickjacking.

* feat(auth): add webmail deep link to email confirmation screens

Mirrors Stripe's signup UX: after asking the user to verify their email,
detect their webmail provider from the domain and show a button that
opens the inbox in a new tab. Gmail gets a from:<sender> search
pre-populated; Outlook/Yahoo/iCloud/Proton open the inbox directly.
Unknown / custom domains fall back to the existing copy.

Sender address is configurable via NEXT_PUBLIC_BRANDING_AUTH_EMAIL_FROM
(default noreply@gnubok.se) so white-label installs can match their
Supabase Auth SMTP config.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(auth): unblock first-time password set for BankID users with MFA

Supabase rejects updateUser({password}) and mfa.unenroll with "AAL2 session
is required" whenever a TOTP factor is enrolled. BankID magic-link logins
produce AAL1, and middleware skips MFA enforcement for bankid_linked users,
so they had no path to AAL2 — leaving them unable to set a backup password
or disable MFA without going through the email-recovery escape hatch.

- /api/account/password: branch on app_metadata.has_password. First-time set
writes via service.auth.admin.updateUserById (no existing credential to
protect, AAL2 guard does not apply). Change-password keeps the user-session
updateUser so AAL2 still fires for credential rotation.
- /mfa/verify: accept a safeReturnTo query param and route there after
successful verify, so step-up flows can land back where they came from.
- SecuritySettings: detect the AAL2 error from both change-password and
  mfa.unenroll and redirect through /mfa/verify?returnTo=/settings/account
instead of toasting a dead-end error.

* Add tests and rounding utility for öre precision in bokslut calculations

- Implemented `roundOre` function for rounding SEK amounts to two decimal places, ensuring consistent monetary calculations.
- Introduced `ORE_TOLERANCE` constant for comparing rounded amounts, facilitating invariant checks in financial entries.
- Created comprehensive tests for `roundOre`, covering typical cases, edge cases, and idempotency.
- Added year-end invariants tests to verify database-level guarantees for closing entries, ensuring they balance to the öre and reject discrepancies.
- Developed end-to-end tests for the dispositions chain, validating the correctness of calculations across various scenarios.

* fix: update PDF rendering to remove Swish QR code generation and set default to disable Swish visibility

* fix: enhance security by rejecting data URIs in safeReturnTo function tests

* fix: improve rounding logic in roundOre function and add customer_type migration

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.7 f98ffee145 feat(bokslut): Phase 8 — make årsredovisning Bolagsverket-fileable (#511)
* feat(bokslut): Phase 8 — make årsredovisning Bolagsverket-fileable

Closes most of the deferred items from PR #509 review. The ÅR PDF is now
an honest draft a user can take to Bolagsverket: it includes the fastställe-
intyg page ÅRL 8 kap 3 § requires, the K2-mandatory aktiekapital note, and
the narrative edits actually survive a refresh.

Narrative persistence (replaces the round-1 URL-query-param carry)
- New table arsredovisning_narratives (UNIQUE per fiscal_period_id, length
caps matching the API schema, RLS + updated_at trigger).
- narrative-service.ts: getNarrative / upsertNarrative.
- /api/.../arsredovisning/narrative GET + POST. POST does an explicit
  period-ownership pre-check before the upsert.
- buildArsredovisningData loads persisted narrative as override layer
  (caller-supplied overrides → persisted → boilerplate).
- ÅR page replaces the URL-query-param hack with a Spara button + saved
indicator. The PDF download URL is plain again — no narrative content
in access logs, browser history, or CDN logs.
- PDF route stops parsing description/events/disposition query params.
Also closes the GDPR Art.25(1) finding the bot flagged in PR #509.

Fastställelseintyg PDF page
- New 7th page in ArsredovisningPDF after Underskrifter. Carries the ÅRL
  8 kap 3 § attestation text + the resultatdisposition + a signature slot.
- Without this page Bolagsverket rejects the filing — flagged in the round-2
  Swedish review on PR #509.

K2 aktiekapital note + framework guard
- buildK2Noter now takes entityType. Note 1 only claims K2 when the
company is an AB; non-AB gets a generic principles statement so we
don't falsely assert a framework. Future K3 election will flip this
  branch when it lands.
- New aktiekapital note (required K2 note for AB per BFNAR 2016:10 ch.18).
  Reads aktiekapital / antal_aktier / kvotvärde from company_settings;
emits a "saknas — komplettera under Inställningar" placeholder when
  missing.

Manual "Mark as signed" PATCH + UI button
- New PATCH /signatures/[signatureId] — flips pending → signed (manual
/ paper flow) or pending → declined. Real BankID wiring is Phase 9 and
will use the same markSignatureSigned helper with the BankID callback
  as the trigger.
- ÅR page renders a "Markera som signerad" button on every pending row.

Small cleanups all flagged in PR #509 reviews
- AccrualProposal.reverses_on type: '' → null. The future accrual-reversal
cron will filter `reverses_on IS NOT NULL`; an empty string would
  silently match.
- ArsredovisningData.company.sate → city. The typo carried into the type
in earlier phases; renaming now before any external consumer takes a
  dependency.
- signer_name CHECK length 200 at storage layer (matches the API .max(200)
  added in PR #509 round-2 — GDPR Art.25.2 belt-and-braces).
- Soliditet equity filter now has a code comment explaining the K2 vs K3
branch the bot wanted documented for the future K3 migration.

Explicit follow-ups (each merits its own focused PR):
- Real BankID signing — needs provider choice + polling + QR. Phase 9.
- Accrual reversal cron — auto-flip 17xx/29xx accruals on Jan 1 of next FY.
- Medelantal anställda proper annual average — needs salary-run aggregation.
- Vacation avgifter age-tier split (10.21 % for 67+) — needs upstream
  vacation-liability report to expose age.
- K2 noter expansion (lån till närstående, eventualförpliktelser detail).

Verification
- 94 unit tests pass (bokslut + MCP subsets)
- Zero typecheck errors on any touched file
- Zero lint errors on any touched file
- Migration 20260517140000 applied to remote Supabase via MCP

* fix(bokslut): address PR #511 round-1 — 3 P1s + 3 real concerns

3 P1s from Greptile (all real bugs):

- entityType default reintroduced the K2 false-assertion. build-data.ts
defaulted `entity_type ?? 'aktiebolag'`, which means every unconfigured
company would still claim K2 in Note 1 — exactly the false-assertion the
framework guard was added to prevent. Now defaults to 'unknown' and the
guard treats that as not-K2. New warning surfaces in the data so the UI
can prompt the user to fill in företagsform.

- Signatures PATCH ignored the URL fiscal-period id. The route destructured
`id` from params but never used it as a filter, so PATCH /periods/A/
signatures/SIG_FROM_B succeeded silently — broken REST contract + IDOR
across periods. Rewrote the handler to do a single UPDATE with all four
  filters: id, company_id, fiscal_period_id, status='pending'. Missing row
  returns 409 SIGNATURE_INVALID_TRANSITION instead of silent 200.

- Signatures state-machine guard was missing. Without status='pending' in
the WHERE clause, an already-signed signature could be flipped back to
declined (or vice-versa). Now part of the consolidated UPDATE above.

3 real concerns:

- Narrative GET lacked ownership pre-check. POST already had it; mirroring
on GET so a valid JWT for company A can't probe / enumerate company B's
period IDs through the narrative endpoint.

- Narrative POST lacked period-lock check. BFL 5 kap 5 § makes
räkenskapsinformation immutable after filing — editing the
förvaltningsberättelse on a closed/locked period now returns
  PERIOD_LOCKED.

- Aktiekapital placeholder text would land in Bolagsverket-filed PDF body.
When aktiekapital fields are missing, the note now omits entirely and a
warning surfaces in the ArsredovisningData.warnings array — the UI flags
it pre-download with a "Innan inlämning till Bolagsverket" list. Same
surface picks up the entityType=unknown and entityType=non-AB warnings.

Plus 2 schema improvements from Swedish review:

- AGM date persistence. Fastställelseintyg date was a literal "____" blank,
defeating the point of a generated PDF. New agm_date column on
arsredovisning_narratives + UI date input + PDF now renders the saved
date. When missing, the warning surface flags it.

- Composite UNIQUE constraint on (company_id, fiscal_period_id) instead of
just fiscal_period_id. UUIDs don't collide across tenants in practice
but the constraint should match the tenant boundary so a logic error in
onConflict resolution can't write to another company's row. Migration
20260517160000 drops the old constraint and adds the composite.

Verification
- 94 unit tests pass
- Zero typecheck errors on any touched file
- Zero lint errors on any touched file

* fix(bokslut): address PR #511 round-2 — 5 real concerns + BFL/GDPR conflict

5 real concerns from the round-1 bot re-eval:

- Narrative SELECT * leaked user_id to the frontend. getNarrative and
upsertNarrative now project an explicit NARRATIVE_API_COLUMNS list
  (id, company_id, fiscal_period_id, narrative fields, agm_date, updated_at).
user_id and created_at stay server-side. NarrativeRow type updated to
  match. Closes Art.25.2 + 2× A.8.3.

- agm_date validated only as YYYY-MM-DD regex. '2024-13-99' passed Zod
and surfaced as a Postgres 500 instead of a 400. Added a refine() that
parses with new Date() and confirms ISO round-trip equality, so invalid
calendar dates return a clean structured-error.

- agm_date had no range check. ÅRL 8:3 → 7:10 §§ requires the AGM to be
held after period end and within 6 months for privat AB; build-data
  warnings now flag agm_date <= period_end (impossible) and agm_date >
period_end + 6 months (deadline). Warning surface in the UI already
picks these up from the existing list.

- Fastställelseintyg signer label "Styrelseledamot / VD" conflated
  legally distinct roles per ÅRL 8:3 → 6:6-7 §§ — a VD without board
membership cannot sign. Label is now "Styrelseledamot (närvarande vid
stämman)" and the body text references the AGM's resolution
("stämmobeslutet") rather than the board's proposal — the AGM votes,
and it is the vote that must be certified.

- Aktiekapital warning suppressed for entityType='unknown'. The maybeAb
branch in buildK2Noter now fires for both 'aktiebolag' and 'unknown'
so an unconfigured company that's actually an AB still gets prompted
to fill in aktiekapital before filing. Note body stays omitted when
fields are missing; only the warning surfaces.

BFL × GDPR conflict (new migration 20260517180000):

- Both arsredovisning_narratives and arsredovisning_signature_requests had
  user_id with ON DELETE CASCADE → auth.users. BFL 7 kap 1 § requires
räkenskapsinformation to be retained for 7 years; GDPR Art.17 erasure
or membership revocation would silently delete filed årsredovisning
narrative + BankID signature evidence. BFL wins for filed financial
records — user_id is now nullable with ON DELETE SET NULL on both
tables. The company FK keeps its CASCADE (company deletion takes its
räkenskapsinformation with it; that's a separate workflow).

Deliberately not chasing on this round:
- ISO A.8.12 historical PDF query-param logs — process item for the risk
register, not code (the leak path is closed in this PR's first commit).
- "Collapse the two narrative migrations" — both already shipped to
remote and merged; the interim window is in the past.
- "user_id on row vs separate audit log" — architectural debate; tracked
but out of scope for this PR.
- Multi-signer fastställelseintyg + DB-level period-lock trigger — bigger
scope, each merits a focused follow-up.

Verification
- 89 unit tests pass
- Zero typecheck errors on any touched file
- Zero lint errors on any touched file
- Migration 20260517180000 applied to remote Supabase via MCP

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.7 fd4274787c feat(bokslut): Phases 4-7 — accruals + årsredovisning + EF + MCP tools (#509)
* feat(bokslut): Phases 4-7 — accruals + årsredovisning + EF + MCP tools

Builds on the Phase 1-3 PR (#508). Same K2-AB scope decisions hold (iXBRL
deferred, K3 deferred, koncernredovisning out of scope) — what ships:

PHASE 4 — Periodiseringar
- lib/bokslut/accruals/accrual-detector.ts: auto-proposes the vacation-
  liability change (delta on 2920 against 7090 + 31,42 % avgifter on
7519/2940) by reading lib/reports/vacation-liability.ts. Manual prepaid
  (17xx) / accrued (29xx) / audit-fee builders for entries the heuristic
  can't derive — supplier-invoice service_period detection is deferred
until the data model grows the field.
- /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id]/accruals (GET + POST) — posts each
accrual as a separate manual-source journal entry with the next-day
reverse date embedded in the description.
- New AccrualsStep wizard step between Preflight and Dispositions.
- Auto-reversal cron is follow-up infra; for now reverses_on is metadata
  + a visible UI badge.

PHASE 5 — Årsredovisning PDF + signing
- lib/bokslut/arsredovisning/{types,build-data,arsredovisning-pdf,signature
-service}: pre-fills flerårsöversikt from prior 3 fiscal periods, eget-
kapital-förändring from journal data, K2-minimum noter with
avskrivningstider auto-derived from the asset register and medelantal
anställda from the employees table. PDF via @react-pdf/renderer mirroring
  the income-statement/pdf pattern.
- Migration 20260516170000: arsredovisning_signature_requests with RLS,
signed-immutability trigger, and DELETE policy that blocks signed rows.
  Signature-service exposes list/create/markSigned/isFullySignedOff.
- BankID call itself is not wired here — the table + service make the
request layer available so a follow-up can hook lib/auth/bankid.ts to the
  sign action without rework.
- /api/.../arsredovisning (data + pdf + signatures) endpoints.
- /bookkeeping/year-end/arsredovisning page with editable narrative,
flerårsöversikt table, signer slots, PDF download, and Bolagsverket
Mina Sidor link. Explicit warning about the FY2026 iXBRL mandate.

PHASE 6 — Enskild firma NE-bilaga UI
- lib/bokslut/enskild-firma/{egenavgifter,rantefordelning,periodiseringsfond
  -ef,expansionsfond}-calculator.ts. All declaration-only — never produce
  a journal entry. Egenavgifter 28,97 % / pensionärssats 10,21 % / passive
  SLP 24,26 %, schablonavdrag 25/10/20 %. Räntefördelning SLR+6 / SLR+1
  with the -500 000 negative threshold. P-fond EF cap 30 % (vs 25 % för
  AB). Expansionsfond 125,94 % av kapitalunderlag, 20,6 % skatt.
- EfDeclarationSection mounted inside DispositionsStep when entity_type is
enskild_firma — live recompute as the user adjusts kapitalunderlag,
prior-year amounts, p-fond desired, expansionsfond change. Each card
shows the NE-bilaga ruta the number lands in. NE-bilaga preview link.

PHASE 7 — Agent-native MCP tools
- gnubok_propose_dispositioner: read-only AB dispositions proposal
- gnubok_propose_accruals: read-only accruals proposal
- gnubok_propose_annual_depreciation: read-only depreciation per asset
- gnubok_post_annual_depreciation: stages depreciation commit (high-risk)
- gnubok_preview_arsredovisning: structured K2 ÅR preview
- gnubok_preview_ef_declaration: EF skattemässiga justeringar preview
- All ≤280-char descriptions, additionalProperties:false, conform to
STAGED_OPERATION_SCHEMA for write tools. Read tools return the same
shapes as their HTTP counterparts so agents and the UI share a contract.
- The existing GET /bokslutsdispositioner endpoint now calls the shared
buildDispositionsProposal helper that the MCP tool also uses, removing
the duplicate logic that lived in both.

Verification
- 149 unit tests pass (was 125 on Phase 1-3; +24 across accruals, EF
  calculators, expansionsfond, periodiseringsfond-ef)
- Zero lint or typecheck errors on any new file
- Migration 20260516170000 applied to remote Supabase via MCP

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bokslut): address PR #509 round-1 — CI blocker + 3 P1s + compliance bundle

CI BLOCKER (output-schema test)
- The 5 new read-only MCP tools (gnubok_propose_dispositioner / _accruals /
  _annual_depreciation, _preview_arsredovisning / _ef_declaration) were
missing outputSchema, which the existing strict-schemas guard reads as a
hard failure on core-only CI. Added a permissive { type: 'object',
additionalProperties: true } outputSchema to each — the return shapes are
the same as their HTTP counterparts and trying to mirror them inline
would duplicate the type tree across two boundaries.

P1 — vacation accrual: two real bugs in one entry
- Delta was anchored on the OPENING balance of 2920, so any mid-year
postings (partial accruals, reversals) were ignored. Now anchors on the
current closing balance via tb.rows.find(2920).closing_credit -
closing_debit. Updated the computation field label to current_2920.
- More importantly: 2920 is a balance-sheet carry-forward (semesterlöneskuld
persists until the actual vacation is paid). The original implementation
set reverses_on to Jan 1 of the next year, which would zero the liability
on day 1 of the new year — a known Swedish bookkeeping error. The
vacation proposal now ships with reverses_on = '' to suppress the
reversal badge, the API route emits a "Bokslutsjustering" description
instead of "Periodisering (vänds …)", and AccrualsStep renders "Rullas
vidare (ingen vändning)" so the user knows the liability carries forward.

P1 — signature_requests immutability gap (security)
- The existing trigger only guarded role / signer_name / signed_at /
status on signed rows, leaving bankid_signature_data,
  signer_personnummer_encrypted, and signer_personnummer_hash mutable. An
UPDATE on a signed row could silently alter the BankID proof. New
migration 20260517090000 replaces the trigger function to cover the full
audit-critical column set (plus fiscal_period_id and company_id as
  belt-and-braces).

P1 — narrative edits never reached the PDF
- The /bookkeeping/year-end/arsredovisning page let the user edit
description / important_events / resultatdisposition but the download
link pointed at a plain GET that regenerated boilerplate. Wired the PDF
endpoint to accept description / events / disposition as query params
(length-capped) and the page now constructs the download URL with the
current narrative state — only fields the user actually changed are
included, keeping the URL short for the unchanged-defaults case.

Compliance quick wins
- Added period_lock check to gnubok_post_annual_depreciation MCP tool
(matches the existing accruals POST guard).
- Added explicit fiscal-period ownership pre-check to the signatures POST
route (RLS would reject anyway; the route layer just makes the 404
  envelope cleaner).
- Replaced free-text role on the signatures schema with an enum allowing
only Styrelseledamot / Styrelseordförande / VD / Verkställande direktör.
- Added Cache-Control: no-store + Pragma: no-cache to the ÅR PDF response
so the document (officer names + financials = personal data) isn't
  cached by any intermediary.
- Sanitized period_end in the PDF Content-Disposition header to dodge
header-injection via stray chars (defensive — period_end is a date, but
  the cost is one regex).
- Softened the iXBRL warning text on the ÅR page: digital filing is
proposed by Bolagsverket but not yet enacted; PDF is still valid today.

False positives I'm intentionally not chasing on this round
- Greptile P2 `sate` typo in the address city field — the rename would
touch the type and every consumer; defer.
- Greptile P2 "computation field label" — already addressed as part of
  the P1 vacation fix above.
- Compliance V2.2 "silent skip" in accruals POST — the silent skip is in
the UI's empty-row filter, not in the server route. Server validation
already returns 400 via Zod for any invalid item.

Verification
- 154 unit tests pass (was 149; +5 from re-running the MCP strict-schemas
+ output-schema suites that now include the new tools)
- Zero typecheck errors on any touched file
- Zero lint errors on any touched file
- Migration 20260517090000 applied to remote Supabase via MCP

* fix(bokslut): address PR #509 round-2 — 3 real bugs + 5-item polish

3 real bugs from the round-1 Swedish review + Compliance Swarm re-eval:

- Soliditet inflated by obeskattade reserver. build-data.ts filtered equity
  with startsWith('20') || startsWith('21') — but 21xx (periodiseringsfonder,
överavskrivningar) are partially deferred tax, not eget kapital. Splitting
them out per K2 / ÅRL. Filter is now startsWith('20') only.

- Resultaträkning omitted bokslutsdispositioner + skatt rows. K2 RR must
include 88xx (dispositioner) and 89xx (skatt) before "Årets resultat" per
ÅRL 3:2 — without them, the printed RR doesn't reconcile to BS 2099 and
the document is non-compliant for any AB that posted bolagsskatt or
periodiseringsfond. flattenIncomeStatement now splits the financial
sections on title (Bokslutsdispositioner / Skatter och årets resultat)
and emits the K2-required intermediate subtotals: "Resultat efter
finansiella poster" → dispositioner → "Resultat före skatt" → skatt →
  "Årets resultat".

- Accruals POST had no idempotency. Re-running the wizard (or a retried
POST after a flaky network) would create duplicate accrual entries that
distort both the balance sheet and trial balance. New
findExistingAccrualEntry helper queries the period for an existing
posted entry whose description matches the kind's stable prefix (or for
manual prepaid/accrued, the user-supplied description). Duplicates land
in a new `skipped` array in the response with a reference to the
existing entry id, rather than producing a second posting.

5-item compliance polish:

- signer_name on the signatures schema now has .max(200) per GDPR Art.25.2
data-minimization. Swedish personal names are well under that — the
bound is a defense against an unbounded-string injection.

- Audit-fee accrual: 6420 is BAS-specific to lagstadgad revision. Bokslut
  fees for a non-revisionspliktigt bolag (liability_account = 2991) now
debit 6590 (övriga externa tjänster) instead — Skatteverket may query a
6420 debit when there is no revisor i bolaget.

- Räntefördelning ne_ruta label: was 'R30 / INK1 kapital' (confusing —
INK1 is a separate form). Positive now reads 'R30 (avdrag i
näringsverksamhet)' with the INK1 T4 cross-reference moved to the
description; negative reads 'R30 (tillägg till resultat)'.

- gnubok_post_annual_depreciation MCP tool now checks the caller's
company_members role and throws on viewer. RLS would reject the
underlying INSERT anyway; failing fast here produces a cleaner error
than the cascaded RLS rejection. Mirrors the HTTP route's
  { requireWrite: true } guard.

- Signature DELETE policy now blocks both 'signed' AND 'declined' rows. A
declined signature is auditable evidence (board member refused) and is
material under ABL 8 kap. New migration 20260517100000.

Bot-flagged items I'm deliberately not chasing on this round:
- V8.2.1 × 2 cross-tenant findings on ÅR routes — same false-positive
class I've responded to repeatedly: buildArsredovisningData internally
filters by company_id, bot can't see past the route handler.
- V4.5 / V2.2 MCP arg Zod redundancy — MCP server's central handler
  validates against each tool's inputSchema.
- Narrative-in-URL GDPR concerns — proper fix is POST + body or
  server-side persistence; tracked as follow-up.
- `sate` typo (Greptile P2) — type-wide rename, deferred.
- Vacation avgifter age-tier rate split — inherited from upstream
generateVacationLiability which doesn't expose age; needs upstream
  work.
- Medelantal anställda proper monthly average — needs salary-run
  aggregation across the year, follow-up.
- K2 noter aktiekapital + fastställelseintyg blocks — real K2 gaps,
  tracked as follow-up.

Verification
- 94 tests pass (subset for bokslut + MCP suites; full Phase 1-7 suite
  unchanged in scope)
- Zero typecheck errors on any touched file
- Zero new lint errors on any touched file (the 2 server.ts warnings are
  pre-existing)
- Migration 20260517100000 applied to remote Supabase via MCP

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.7 05078c9d8e feat(bokslut): year-end wizard with bokslutsdispositioner + asset register (#508)
* feat(bokslut): year-end wizard with bokslutsdispositioner + asset register

Ships the first user-visible bokslut surface for K2 aktiebolag. The year-end
engine, INK2/INK2R/INK2S generator, and reconciliation reports already existed
in lib/core/bookkeeping/ and lib/reports/; this work wires them into a real
multi-step UI, adds the missing dispositioner calculators (bolagsskatt,
periodiseringsfond, överavskrivningar, SLP), and introduces a fixed-asset
register that feeds planenliga avskrivningar into the same flow.

PHASE 1 — Wizard around the existing year-end engine
- Replaces the "Kommer snart" stub at /bookkeeping/year-end with a 4-step
wizard (Kontroll → Dispositioner → Förhandsgranska → Verkställ) plus a
  Klart result view
- New aggregator lib/bokslut/readiness-aggregator.ts composes
validateYearEndReadiness with bank-reconciliation status and entity-typed
reminders into one fetch backing the preflight step
- New endpoint GET /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id]/bokslut-readiness

PHASE 2 — Bokslutsdispositioner calculators
- lib/bokslut/tax-provision/{bolagsskatt,sarskild-loneskatt}-calculator.ts —
  20.6 % on taxable result → 8910/2512 (with non-deductible / non-taxable
manual adjustments and schablonintäkt pass-through) and 24.26 % SLP on
  posted pension costs → 7533/2514
- lib/bokslut/reserves/periodiseringsfond-service.ts — proposeAvsattning
  (25 % cap, BAS 212X cohort accounts) + proposeAteforing (FIFO 6-year
mandatory reversal with schablonintäkt computation) + balance lookup
- lib/bokslut/reserves/overavskrivningar-service.ts — 30-rule + 20-rule
  helpers + proposeOveravskrivningar (8853/2153)
- New endpoint /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id]/bokslutsdispositioner
(GET ordered proposals, POST commits user-chosen ones as separate
year_end vouchers via the journal engine)
- New DispositionsStep UI: per-card accept/skip + editable amount where
meaningful; mandatory p-fond reversals can't be skipped
- INK2 bug fix: ink2-engine.ts SRU mapping ranges previously pointed at
accounts BAS doesn't seed (8810/8830/8840). Corrected to 8811 (avsättning),
8819 (återföring), 8830 (lämnade koncernbidrag) so calculator output now
flows into INK2 correctly. Regression-locked with 6 new mapping tests.

PHASE 3 — Anläggningsregister + depreciation engine
- New migration 20260516120000_assets_and_depreciation.sql: assets table
(category, BAS-triple, K3 components JSONB reserved) and
  depreciation_schedules (asset+period+journal_entry link). RLS via
  user_company_ids(), immutability triggers after disposal/posting.
- lib/bokslut/assets/asset-service.ts — CRUD + disposal that posts a proper
  gain/loss entry against 3973/7973
- lib/bokslut/assets/depreciation-engine.ts — computeAnnualDepreciation
  (linear, pro-rata at acquisition/disposal/end-of-life) +
proposeAnnualPostings + commitAnnualPostings (one entry per asset)
- New endpoints /api/assets (CRUD + dispose) and
  /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id]/depreciation (preview + commit)
- /assets list+create page with K2 schablon defaults (3y datorer,
5y inventarier, 25y byggnader); sidebar entry added
- DepreciationPanel mounted at the top of DispositionsStep; posting
refreshes dispositions so bolagsskatt picks up the new result

Out of scope (per the agreed plan): K3 framework, iXBRL filing to
Bolagsverket (manual export only for now — regulatory risk flagged for
FY2026 closings), inventory module, koncernredovisning, revisor workflow.

Verification
- 116 unit tests pass across lib/bokslut/, lib/reports/ink2/, and the
  existing lib/core/bookkeeping/year-end-service suite
- Zero lint or typecheck errors in any new file
- Migration applied successfully via Supabase MCP

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bokslut): address PR #508 review — P1 correctness + P2 conventions

P1 — stale reminders in readiness-aggregator (greptile)
Remove the depreciation_manual / bolagsskatt_manual / periodiseringsfond_manual
nudges. After Phase 3, the wizard handles all three automatically via
DepreciationPanel and the dispositioner calculators — surfacing them as
manual reminders told users to repeat work the page already did. Only the
accruals_manual reminder (Phase 4 hasn't shipped) and the EF-only
ef_skatt_via_ne reminder remain.

P1 — netBookValueAfter ignored prior accumulated depreciation
proposeAnnualPostings now fetches all prior posted depreciation_schedules
for the company (excluding the current period) and sums them per asset, so
the displayed restvärde reflects every previously-booked year of avskrivning
instead of only this year. Without the fix, a 5-year asset in year 3 would
have shown 48 000 instead of the correct 24 000 net book value.

P1 — ordering bug in dispositioner POST handler
The 25 % p-fond avsättning cap derives from the current trial balance, so
mandatory återföring entries must post first. Added a server-side sort by
canonical bokslut order (återföring → överavskrivningar → avsättning → SLP
→ bolagsskatt) regardless of the client array order. The cap can no longer
be evaluated against a stale pre-återföring net result.

P2 — depreciation_schedules missing updated_at
New migration 20260516140000_depreciation_schedules_updated_at.sql adds the
column + trigger via update_updated_at_column(). Per CLAUDE.md migration
conventions, never modified the original migration. DepreciationSchedule
type updated.

P2 — addMonths end-of-month overflow
Replaced setUTCMonth (which overflows: Jan 31 + 1 month → Mar 3) with a
day-clamping implementation that produces Feb 28/29. Without the fix,
lifeEndExclusive landed one day too late and slightly over-depreciated.
New regression test asserts Jan 31 + 12 months stays in January.

P2 — pg-real tests for new triggers and RLS
tests/pg/assets.pg.test.ts (13 tests) covers:
  - enforce_asset_post_disposal_immutability blocks every financial field
    after disposal, allows notes/name through
  - assets_disposal_atomic CHECK requires both disposed columns set together
  - enforce_depreciation_schedule_immutability blocks edits after
journal_entry_id is linked, allows them before
  - depreciation_schedules delete RLS policy filters out posted rows
  - assets + depreciation_schedules RLS isolates across companies

Verification
- 117 unit tests pass (was 116, +1 for the addMonths regression)
- New pg-real suite syntactically + type-correct; will execute in CI
- Zero lint or typecheck errors in any touched file
- Migration 20260516140000 applied to remote Supabase via MCP

* fix(bokslut): address compliance-swarm + swedish-review findings

Real bugs surfaced by the bots on the first push that weren't covered by
greptile's inline P1/P2 set:

- Immaterial asset disposal hit the wrong BAS accounts. disposeAsset always
posted gain/loss to 3973/7973 regardless of category. For category
'immaterial' it must use 3013 (vinst) / 7813 (förlust) per BAS — using the
tangible accounts misclassifies in INK2R. Now branches on category. Two
new regression tests pin each branch.

- acquisition_cost CHECK was too loose. CreateAssetSchema accepted 0 (just
  nonnegative). Tightened to z.number().positive() — a zero-cost asset
creates a no-op depreciation row and a balance sheet line that nothing
  reconciles against.

- UpdateAssetSchema let users remap BAS accounts arbitrarily. Bot flagged
  this as a defense-in-depth gap (V4.5). Added BAS_RANGES_BY_CATEGORY
validation at both the schema layer (Create) and the service layer
(Update) so user-supplied account overrides must stay inside the
category's expected BAS range. INK2R mappings and the depreciation
  engine's category-driven defaults now can't drift.

Swedish accounting review:

- Building/markanläggning defaults — clarified UI copy. The 25-year
schablon is K2-redovisning, not the IL skattemässig rate. New helper text
spells this out. Markanläggning default lowered from 20→10 years
(Skatteverket guidance allows 10 % rate; 20 was on the upper bound
  without justification).

- createAsset doesn't post the acquisition entry by design — that gap
wasn't called out anywhere in the UI. Added a tip box in
CreateAssetDialog explaining that the acquisition must already be in the
books; the register only drives depreciation.

- Disposal VAT (ML 3:3 / 7:3) not handled — sale of a deduct-eligible
anläggningstillgång is in principle 25 % momspliktig. Documented this as
a known limitation in the disposeAsset docstring so any future UI
surfacing the disposal endpoint warns the user.

Documented (not fixed yet) — bot was right but wider-scope work:

- SOC 2 PI1.3: dispositioner POST loop is not transactional. A failure
midway leaves partial postings. Added a code comment explaining the
recovery path (re-POST omitting committed kinds — each calculator
re-derives from current TB). Real atomicity via an RPC wrapper is Phase
  5+ work.

False positives intentionally not changed:

- 4× OWASP V8.2.1 cross-tenant findings — service functions already filter
by company_id; the bot can't see past the route handler.
- V2.3 client-supplied amount clamping — proposeAvsattning and
proposeAteforing both clamp via Math.min already.
- A.8.15 audit events — withRouteContext already logs completion.
- Schablonintäkt journal entry — per IL 30:6a it's a skattemässig
justering, never booked. Current implementation is correct.
- Voucher series 'A' — matches existing executeYearEndClosing convention;
  not changing here in isolation.

Verification
- 119 tests pass (was 117, +2 for the immaterial-disposal branches)
- Zero lint or typecheck errors on any touched file

* fix(bokslut): address compliance round 4 — BAS account overlap + method gate

Two real bugs the compliance bot caught after my round-3 fixes (both new on
its re-run, not in the original report):

- BAS account overlap not prevented: my BAS_RANGES_BY_CATEGORY uses the same
class range for asset and accumulated (e.g. immaterial: both 1010–1099,
building: both 1100–1199). Nothing stopped a user from picking the same
account for both, which would silently net acquisition cost against
accumulated depreciation in one bucket and corrupt INK2R 720x mappings.
  CreateAssetSchema now rejects bas_asset_account === bas_accumulated_account
in a superRefine cross-field check; updateAsset enforces the same invariant
by reading the existing asset and validating the merged result.

- declining-balance methods silently fell back to linear. The DB enum allowed
  declining_balance_30 / declining_balance_20, but the engine's
computeAnnualDepreciation only implements linear math. A determined caller
(MCP, curl, future UI) could create an asset labelled as räkenskapsenlig
avskrivning and get linear charges — silently wrong numbers under a
misleading method. Both CreateAssetSchema and UpdateAssetSchema now refine
the depreciation_method enum to require 'linear'. The DB enum stays open
for a future phase to add proper support. Stale comment in
depreciation-engine.ts updated to reflect the new invariant.

False positives I'm explicitly not chasing further on this round:
- 3× repeated OWASP V8.2.1 cross-tenant — services already filter by
company_id; bot can't see past the route handler. Round 3 already added
  service-layer tests and inline reasoning.
- V2.3 atomicity upgrade to high — bot now flags it harder *because* I
documented it in round 3. The existing executeYearEndClosing has the same
non-transactional sequential-write pattern; wrapping just this endpoint
in an RPC while leaving the rest inconsistent is worse than the doc
comment. Real atomicity is Phase 5+.
- Disposal VAT user-facing warning — no UI surfaces dispose yet; docstring
in the service is sufficient until the UI ships.

Verification
- 119 tests pass
- Zero lint or typecheck errors on any touched file

* fix(bokslut): address compliance round 5 — disposal integrity + öavskr accounts

Round-5 bot feedback after my round-4 push (the sticky reports re-edited
themselves with two new genuine findings; bot count: 18 → 14 active).

P1 — accumulated_depreciation was client-supplied (OWASP V8.2.1, swedish
compliance review): the dispose endpoint accepted accumulated_depreciation
as a request-body number. A malicious or buggy caller could inflate it to
manipulate the book-value calculation and pocket a phantom gain. Now:

- DisposeAssetSchema no longer accepts accumulated_depreciation
- disposeAsset sums planned_depreciation from depreciation_schedules where
journal_entry_id IS NOT NULL for the asset, server-side
- New regression test "server-derives accumulated_depreciation — caller
cannot inflate gain" pins the server-derivation against the prior attack
- Limitation: manual avskrivningsverifikationer posted outside the engine
aren't captured. Phase 5+ can swap this for a trial-balance scan on
  bas_accumulated_account if that gap matters.

P2 — överavskrivningar hardcoded 8853/2153 regardless of asset category
(swedish-asset-accounting): for buildings BAS uses 8852/2152 and for
immateriella tillgångar 8851/2151. Edge case for K2 SME (öavskr on
buildings is rare; on immateriella rarer still) but worth not lying about
the accounts. Now:

- New OVERAVSKRIVNING_ACCOUNTS table maps category → expense/accumulated
  pair (machinery_equipment, building, immaterial, group)
- proposeOveravskrivningar accepts optional category, defaults to
machinery_equipment (the dominant K2 case — no behaviour change for
  existing callers)
- POST handler item schema accepts optional category
- Label + description strings now name the actual accounts used
- 3 new tests cover the building, immaterial, and default branches

False positives I'm still declining to chase (already covered in prior
commit messages):
- 3× repeated OWASP V8.2.1 cross-tenant — services scope by company_id;
bot can't see past route handler
- V2.3 atomicity — existing executeYearEndClosing has the same pattern;
wrapping just this endpoint is inconsistent; real fix is Phase 5+ RPC
- Disposal VAT user-facing warning — no UI surfaces dispose yet

Verification
- 123 tests pass (was 119, +3 for öavskr category branches and +1 for the
server-derivation regression test, with one prior test rewritten to use
  the new server-supplied accumulated path)
- Zero lint or typecheck errors on any touched file

* fix(bokslut): pre-merge polish — building disposal accounts, SLR-2026 rate

Last polish round before merge. All three from the round-5 sticky
Swedish-accounting-review update:

- Building / markanläggning disposal posted gain/loss to 3973/7973. BAS
2026 routes those to 3971/7971 (the SRU mapping points them at a
different INK2R field, so the existing accounts misclassify). Extended
the existing immaterial branch (3013/7813) into a three-way:
    immaterial → 3013 / 7813
    building / land_imprv → 3971 / 7971
    other tangible → 3973 / 7973
Two new regression tests pin the building and land_improvement branches.

- DEFAULT_SCHABLONINTAKT_RATE was 0.03, based on SLR 2024-11-30 (1.96 %).
For closings of inkomstår 2026 the rate is SLR 2025-11-30 (2.55 %) + 1 pe
= 3.55 %. The wrong rate under-taxes the schablonintäkt, which feeds into
bolagsskatt. Updated to 0.0355 and rewrote the doc comment to track both
years so the next bump is obvious.

- Jämkning of input VAT for buildings / markanläggning disposed within the
10-year jämkningsperiod (ML 9 kap 8–11 §§) is out of scope for this PR
but should not be silently absent — added a KNOWN LIMITATION block to the
disposeAsset docstring so any future UI surfacing disposal checks the
10-year window and warns the user.

After this push the PR has 125 passing tests, all CI green, no merge
conflicts, and the only remaining bot complaints are repeat false
positives or Phase 5+ scope (RPC atomicity, full asset disposal UI,
K3 component depreciation).

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.7 4a6c473cc4 fix(bookkeeping): allow EF förlängt räkenskapsår on first-period edit + hide Recapt widget (#481)
* fix(bookkeeping): allow EF förlängt räkenskapsår on first-period edit + hide Recapt widget

PATCH /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id] rejected enskild firma first
fiscal periods extended into the next calendar year (e.g. 2020-10-04 →
2021-12-31, 15 mån) even though BFL 3 kap. permits up to 18 months when
the EF starts after 1 juli. Validator and DB trigger already supported
this; only the API check ignored isFirstPeriod. Move the isFirstPeriod
calculation above the EF rule and split it into "end must be 31 dec
(always)" + "start must be 1 jan (only when not first period)". Brings
the API into agreement with the frontend's validateFirstPeriod logic.

Also mount RecaptHideWidget in the root layout, which calls
window.recapt('feedback', { widget: 'hide' }) once the SDK is ready.
The floating bubble no longer appears in the bottom-right; Recapt's
identify and programmatic feedback APIs continue to work unchanged.

* test(bookkeeping): address PR-481 review — standard guards, shared helpers, 18-month cap regression

- Use shared createMockRequest / createMockRouteParams from tests/helpers.ts
- Add 401 (unauthenticated), 400 (malformed body), 404 (unknown period)
- Rename "mid-month startdatum" case to "not 1 januari" (request sends 2026-02-01, a month boundary, not mid-month — the rule rejects any non-Jan-1)
- Add defense-in-depth case proving validatePeriodDuration rejects a 24-month EF first period (BFL 3 kap. 18-month cap), since the new EF end-date guard runs before duration validation

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(bookkeeping): lock in EF subsequent-period end-date guard

The start-must-be-1-jan + end-must-be-31-dec guards together force EF
subsequent periods to a 12-month span. validatePeriodDuration's 18-month
universal cap doesn't enforce this on its own — only the route's per-EF
guards do. Add a regression test so a future refactor of the EF block
can't silently allow a 13-month subsequent period (e.g. 2026-01-01 →
2027-01-31), addressing PR-481 swedish-compliance review finding #1.

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.7 5725c25bf1 Logs/improved logging (#398)
* feat(mcp): add create_transactions tool with /pending approval gate

New MCP tool gnubok_create_transactions stages 1–10 transactions per call
as pending_operations of type create_transaction (risk: medium). Each item
becomes its own card on /pending; on confirm, the executor inserts the row
into transactions with import_source='mcp' so MCP-staged ingestion is
distinguishable from PSD2 sync. Designed for skill workflows that pull
external data (e.g., Airtable) and want the user to gate the writes.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bas): strip concatenated group headers from corrupted account names

A chart-data import bug had glued the next group's header onto the last
account in each preceding group across all eight bas-data class files
(e.g. account 2670 read "Utgående moms på försäljning inom EU, OSS 27
PERSONALENS SKATTER, AVGIFTER OCH LÖNEAVDRAG"). The corrupted names
surface in transaction dropdowns, ledgers, SIE exports and årsredovisning,
and risk VAT miscategorization on the OSS (2670) and blandad-verksamhet
(6999) accounts specifically.

- Cleans 69 account_name and 64 description fields across class-1..8 files
- Adds a regression test asserting no name contains a concatenated header
- Ships an idempotent safety-net migration that updates already-seeded
chart_of_accounts rows, gated on the corrupted string so user
  customizations are preserved

* feat(errors): add structured error codes and handling for various operations

- Introduced a new structured error registry in `structured-errors.ts` to standardize error handling across the application.
- Added Swedish and English messages for various error scenarios, including validation, authorization, and bookkeeping errors.
- Implemented a client-side error toast in `use-error-toast.ts` to display user-friendly error messages with remediation hints.

- Developed a provider call wrapper in `with-provider-call.ts` to handle external HTTP calls with structured logging and error mapping.
- Added a new SQL migration to extend the processing history with new event types and aggregate types for better operational telemetry.

* Refactor supplier API routes to use context-based logging and error handling

- Replaced direct Supabase client usage in GET and POST routes with context-based approach using `withRouteContext`.
- Enhanced error handling to provide structured error responses for supplier creation and listing.
- Updated logging to include request IDs for better traceability.
- Introduced new error codes for supplier-related operations.
- Refactored tax deadlines cron job to utilize context and improved error handling.
- Updated ESLint configuration to enforce logging practices across API and lib directories.
- Enhanced arcim migration extension with structured error handling and logging.
- Added classification for provider errors to improve user-facing error messages.
- Introduced request ID in extension context for better log correlation.

Mattsson ade4ad5971 Fiscal period and multi bank (#228)
* feat: add fiscal period backward chaining and entry date validation

Support creating fiscal periods before the earliest existing period
(backward chaining) for backfill scenarios, alongside the existing
forward chaining. The engine now validates that entry dates fall within
the selected fiscal period, with a Swedish error message. The journal
entry form auto-selects the matching period and shows a warning with
a CreatePeriodDialog when no period covers the entry date.

* feat: support multi-bank-account for imports and reconciliation

Plumb a configurable settlement account through the entire bank import
pipeline — mapping engine, transaction entries, ingest, and
reconciliation — so secondary bank accounts (e.g. 1931, 1932) work
correctly instead of hardcoding 1930. Adds a get_unlinked_bank_lines
RPC that generalizes the existing get_unlinked_1930_lines with a
fallback for backwards compatibility. The bank file import UI now shows
a bank account selector when multiple 19xx accounts exist. Also adds
default_vat_code/sru_code to account creation and fixes uploadDocument
argument order in enable-banking sync.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.6 d0b3f21bde feat: remove AI extensions, restructure settings, and add atomic voucher commits (#157)
Remove AI-dependent extensions (ai-chat, ai-categorization, receipt-ocr,

Add atomic commit_journal_entry RPC so voucher number increment and status
update happen in a single transaction — prevents burned numbers on constraint
failures. Add continuity check report and voucher gap explanation tracking.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.6 6956a757f3 feat: consolidate booking templates from 100 to 48 and improve codebase
Reduce booking template library to eliminate duplicate suggestions when
users describe transactions. Templates with identical accounting treatment
(same account + VAT) are merged, keywords consolidated, and the entire
subscriptions group is eliminated. Also includes prior work on reports,
extensions, and transaction improvements.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.6 91e2c1705a feat: per-line VAT, invoice document types, ledger-based VAT declaration, bank reconciliation, and pagination
Per-line VAT rates:
- Add generatePerRateLines() to group invoice items by vat_rate with separate
revenue + VAT lines per rate group (invoice-entries.ts)
- Add getAvailableVatRates() and getVatTreatmentForRate() (vat-rules.ts)
- PDF template shows per-line VAT column and per-rate totals for mixed-rate invoices
- Invoice create/review UI supports per-line rate selection
- Types: add vat_rate/vat_amount to InvoiceItem, vat_rate to CreateInvoiceItemInput

Invoice document types (proforma, delivery note):
- Add InvoiceDocumentType, document_type and converted_from_id to Invoice type
- PDF hides prices for delivery notes, adds proforma notice
- Email templates support all document types
- mark-paid skips journal entries for non-invoice document types
- Migration 031: invoice_document_type

Accounting method support:
- Add AccountingMethod type (accrual/cash)
- Migration 032: add_accounting_method column to company_settings

VAT declaration rewrite:
- Rewrite to read directly from general ledger (26xx/3xxx account lines)
  instead of aggregating invoices/transactions/receipts
- ACCOUNT_RUTA mapping drives momsdeklaration boxes from GL balances

Bank reconciliation:
- Transaction ingest now pre-fetches unlinked GL lines and attempts
  auto-reconciliation during import
- Add transaction.reconciled event type
- Add ReconciliationMethod type and reconciliation_method on Transaction
- Migration 030: bank_reconciliation
- New reconciliation engine, API routes, and BankReconciliationView component

Pagination (fetchAllRows):
- New lib/supabase/fetch-all.ts overcomes PostgREST 1000-row limit
- Adopted in all report generators, SIE/SRU export, account list APIs

Fiscal period validation:
- New validate-period-duration.ts enforces max 18 months per BFL 3 kap.
- Applied in period-service.ts and fiscal-periods API

Account mapper simplification:
- Remove Levenshtein/fuzzy matching, use exact account number match only

Swedbank parser improvements:
- Support abbreviated headers (Clnr, Bokfdag, Radnr)
- Use Referens column as counterparty

Chart of accounts management:
- Add DELETE endpoint with system account and usage protection
- PUT uses partial updates
- New AccountCombobox, AddAccountDialog, EditAccountDialog, ChartOfAccountsManager

Tax deadline corrections:
- Rewrite inkomstdeklaration_ab using Skatteverket lookup table
- Rewrite arsredovisning deadline to 7 months after FY end per ÅRL 8:3

Onboarding first fiscal year:
- Add first fiscal year toggle with date pickers and 18-month validation

UI terminology:
- Change "okategoriserad/kategorisera" to "obokförd/bokföra" throughout

Report column fix:
- Fix start_date/end_date to period_start/period_end in report queries

Supplier invoice input:
- CreateSupplierInvoiceItemInput uses amount field (legacy quantity/unit_price kept)

Misc:
- SIE import uses upsert for idempotent account creation
- account-descriptions.ts falls back to BAS reference data
- Add invoice_default_notes to CompanySettings
- Update CLAUDE.md to reflect current project state
