fix(bokslut): unblur the pre-submission warning list on the årsredovisning page (#1415)
* fix(bokslut): revive preflight action links and unblur arsredovisning warnings
Two dead pieces of pre-flight UI wiring:
1. PreflightStep's BlockerRow matched blocker strings with English-only
regexes (/draft journal entries/, /voucher gap/, /trial balance/,
/continuity/), but validateYearEndReadiness emits Swedish (the wizard is
a "stays Swedish" surface). None of the contextual action links ("Visa
utkast", "Hantera nummerlucka", "Öppna balansrapport", "Granska ingående
balans") ever rendered. Swedish alternates added, mirroring the MCP
classifier, plus a link for the unbooked-transactions blocker.
2. The "Innan inlämning till Bolagsverket" warning list on the
årsredovisning page was rendered inside the blurred/inert coming-soon
wrapper, so in the default config (direct submission gated) users could
not read their own pre-submission warnings while the draft-PDF button
next to them stayed active. The warnings describe problems in the user's
own report and apply to the paper PDF path too: they now stay sharp;
only the digital-inlämning explainer remains blurred.

* revert: hand PreflightStep blocker links to #1420 (typed codes)
#1420 solves the same dead-link problem with stable blocker codes instead
of regex string matching, and correctly drops the /bookkeeping/voucher-gaps
branch: that path exists only as an API route (app/api/bookkeeping/
voucher-gaps), so this PR's regex fix would have made a link render that
navigates nowhere. Keeping only the unique arsredovisning warning-list
unblur here so the two PRs stop competing for the same file.

feat(analytics): show form field labels in session replays (#1416)
* feat(analytics): show form field labels in session replays Replays showed the sidebar after #1412 but form pages were still fully masked, so you could not tell WHICH field a user was interacting with. Tag the shared Label primitive (components/ui/label.tsx, used by every form in the app) with data-ph-unmask: field labels are static i18n chrome, and maskAllInputs keeps every typed value hidden. The one Label whose text is user data, the user-defined dimension name in LineDimensionFields, gets data-ph-mask, which wins even on the same element because maskTextFn checks it first. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(analytics): re-mask three Labels that render user data Completing the audit the PR review asked for: a multiline sweep over every Label child found three call sites whose label text is user data, missed by the first single-line pass. Danger-zone confirm labels interpolate the user's email (AccountDangerZone) and the company name (CompanyDangerZone), and the periodisering auto-detect row label is counterparty name + invoice number. All three now carry data-ph-mask. Currency-code and row-count interpolations were reviewed and left visible: categorical UI state, not books data. feat(bokslut): IL 18 kap pooled tax depreciation with method election (#1393)
* feat(bokslut): IL 18 kap pooled tax depreciation with method election Rakenskapsenlig (huvudregel 30 / kompletteringsregel 20) and restvarde 25 as a company-level annual pool separate from per-asset book depreciation. Method election persisted with immutable snapshots and book-conformity confirmation for rakenskapsenlig. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(db): move tax depreciation migrations to coordinated versions Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): keep tax depreciation view loadable when a saved election goes stale A predecessor's changed closing value can push a saved elected deduction above the new statutory maximum; the view now falls back to the statutory recomputation so the snapshot is flagged stale instead of crashing. Ratchet naive-ore-round baseline down by 3. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): resolve tax-depreciation period selects statically The no-phantom-columns guard counts every select it cannot resolve toward a hard ceiling, and the PERIOD_COLUMNS join pushed the repo 4 over (364 > 360). Inline the literal column list at the four call sites so the guard verifies these columns instead of skipping them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): address review findings on tax depreciation election - DepreciationPanel: gate the saving flag on a dedicated save sequence so a successful save (which refreshes the view and bumps the request version) no longer leaves the card permanently busy - computeTaxDepreciation: refuse kompletteringsregel_20 with a positive basis and no acquisition cohorts instead of degenerating to a full write-off the cohort evidence does not support (IL 18 kap. 17 §) - migration 227000: judge the asset-method guards on NEW.disposed_at so reversing a disposal cannot reactivate a grandfathered non-linear row - migration 227200: require snapshot column completeness in the CHECK; SQL NULL semantics let partially populated snapshots pass the pure arithmetic comparisons - depreciation route: use the string issue code 'custom' like the rest of the codebase instead of the Zod 3 compat enum Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

refactor(motion): retime content entry, stop the double and one-frame animations (#1282)
The stagger is the standard content entry on every migrated page (convention 11), so its budget matters more than any single surface. It ran 500ms per item in 80ms steps, putting the 10th row at 1220ms against a 300ms UI budget, and it only defined delays for children 1-10: on any list longer than ten rows, children 11+ inherited delay 0 and arrived BEFORE the middle of the list. Now 300ms per item in 40ms steps with the delay capped at 360ms, so the tail lands at ~660ms instead of ~1220ms. The cap is on the delay, never on the animation: the `both` fill holds a child at opacity 0 until its delay elapses, so excluding rows 11+ from the animation would paint them while rows 1-10 were still invisible. Adds --ease-emphasized (the strong ease-out) rather than retiming --ease-out, which is unlayered in :root and therefore shadows Tailwind's own token: changing it would retime every ease-out utility in the app. Foldout rows in JournalEntryList, periodiseringar and TransactionInboxCard sit directly inside a staggered tbody, so expanding a verifikat fired the inherited slideUp (with an invisible pre-roll of up to 320ms) on top of the foldout's own transition. They opt out via data-no-stagger. Also: the confirmed match on Hem faded at full height and then vanished in one frame, jumping everything below it 52px; it now grid-collapses over 200ms with the gap inside the collapsing area. The assistant sheet slid nothing while the page panel animated 300ms to make room for it; it now arrives along the same edge on the same curve, gated to first mount so re-expanding a collapsed session stays instant. Chat history no longer replays 20 simultaneous 500ms page-entry slides on resume: only genuinely new messages animate. Payroll wizard segments transition their colour. fix(ui): reach touch-only actions, confirm before posting, drop a dead ring (#1280)
* fix(ui): reach touch-only actions, confirm before posting, drop a dead ring Three defects from the UI craft audit where the interface is wrong, not just inconsistent. Unreachable on touch: 'Markera klar' on deadlines and the bulk-select checkbox on /pending were 'opacity-0 group-hover:opacity-100'. Coarse pointers never fire hover and DeadlineForm has no completion control, so on a phone there was no way to mark a deadline done at all. Factored the reveal into HOVER_REVEAL_CLASS, which adds pointer-coarse:opacity-100. Unguarded ledger writes: 'Bokför' on the journal-entry detail page and on the invoice detail page posted an immutable verifikat on one click, one screen after the list confirmed the identical action. Both now open a ConfirmDialog describing the outcome up front (convention 10), reusing the list's indicative voucher-number prefetch. Dead ring: SummaryCard emitted ring-1 ring-primary/40 and ring-1 ring-warning/40 on the same element, so the two set the same custom property and one silently lost. The override is an exception, so it is a Badge now (conventions 5 and 12). Also corrects the design.md primitives table, which named ui/table.tsx as the data-table primitive while 17 files use ui/dry-table.tsx; building a list page from the documented row produced ~15% taller rows and a different hover tint, which had already happened twice. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): let the post-confirm dialog close after a successful commit ConfirmDialog calls onOpenChange(false) immediately after `await onConfirm()` resolves, but handleCommit/handleBook clear their in-flight flag in a `finally` block, so the guard's closure still saw isCommitting/isUpdating as true and swallowed the close: the dialog would sit open over a booking that had already succeeded. The guard was redundant as well as wrong. ConfirmDialog already blocks Radix-initiated closes while pending, via `onOpenChange={(next) => !pending && onOpenChange(next)}` on the Dialog itself. Passing the setter directly matches every other dialog on both pages. Fix/07 27 (#1271)
* fix(enable-banking): keep bank account mappings across reconnects and surface dead sessions A PSD2 reconnect silently moved the user's ledger mapping. Account identity came from the provider's account uid, which does not survive a re-authorization at every ASPSP, and a fresh connect to an already-connected bank mints a new bank_connections row regardless. Both paths looked like "an account we have never seen", so the allocator handed out the next free 19xx slot and a 1930/1940/1941 mapping came back as 1942-1946 on every consent renewal, roughly quarterly per connection. Match on the IBAN instead. resolvePsd2LedgerAccount() finds the existing cash_accounts row by normalized IBAN before allocating, and upsertFromPsd2 promotes that row in place rather than inserting a second one, so it keeps its id and its linked transactions and is re-pointed at the connection that just authorized. The previous holder's connection status is deliberately ignored: one IBAN is one physical account, and the old row often still reads 'active' because the bank killed the session without telling us. The allocator also stopped treating a 19xx number as free just because no cash_accounts row holds it. A chart imported from SIE carries the company's real bank accounts by name with no PSD2 row behind them, which is how a SEK company account got proposed as an unrelated brokerage account. Overflow now skips chart-occupied numbers, falling back only when nothing unnamed is left. Dead connections kept rendering as "Aktiv": status only ever changed when a transaction fetch failed, so a session killed bank-side stayed healthy-looking with a stale last_synced_at while the user read old balances as current. Add probeSessionHealth() and run it in the daily cron over every connection that run did not prove alive, including the ones the loop skips silently (capability gate, all accounts deselected) and the ones parked in pending_selection that the cron never looked at. It acts only on a definite dead answer; anything ambiguous leaves the row alone, since a wrong flip costs a full BankID re-authorization. The all-accounts-deselected branch is reclassified 'synced' to 'skipped' for the same reason: it never contacts the bank, so it must not count as proof of life. The settings row warns when an active connection has not synced in three days or has never synced. Which company a connection belongs to was invisible. Everything was already scoped to ctx.companyId, so there was no cross-tenant leak, but a bank authorized while the wrong company was active looked identical to the right one. Name the company on the connect surface and in the account picker, and say where the connection went when the callback lands under a different active company. Warn (bypassably) before authorizing a bank where the same user already holds live connections in other companies: several ASPSPs allow one active AIS session per login, so the new authorization can kill the others. The history start date already defaulted to the fiscal-year start; the card above it recommended a mid-year date and contradicted the selected option. It now states the fact and offers the shortcut without presenting it as advice. Not addressed: sharing one PSD2 session across companies. company_id is the tenancy anchor on bank_connections and cash_accounts hangs off (company_id, bank_connection_id), so that needs the session to become its own entity. See DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): show the posted line description in the voucher preview The "Verifikation som bokförs" preview built its expense debit lines with description set to the raw account number, so the BESKRIVNING column showed "5615" or "6990" where the posted verifikat actually says "Leverantörsfaktura 123, ACME AB". A hardcoded 11-entry ACCOUNT_LABELS map masked this for 2440/2641/26xx, which is why the column read as a mix of friendly labels and bare account numbers, neither of which was the posted text. The preview now renders exactly the line_description the engine writes: the shared invoice-level text on expense lines and 2440, "Ingående moms {rate}% {desc}" on 2641, and the reverse-charge pair taken straight from generateReverseChargeLines instead of being re-derived locally. buildSupplierDescription moves into its own dependency-free module so the client-side preview can call it without pulling the journal engine (and its Supabase server client) into the browser bundle. The account name stays reachable on the AccountNumber hover card. Picked option A from the issue, keeping the fixed invoice-level description rather than propagating each item's own text: the customer-invoice side already writes invoice-level descriptions, so per-item text would create an inconsistency between the two invoice sides rather than remove one, and it would need an aggregation-collision policy in the journal engine. Rationale recorded in DECISIONS.md. Refs #1258 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): restore the copy icon on verifikat rows The row-language rewrite in #1123 reused the copy icon's slot for the new expand toggle, removing the zero-click copy affordance from the bookkeeping list without mentioning it. The leftover orphaned copy_voucher_tooltip key in both message files is what identifies it as collateral rather than a product decision. Restore a copy icon in the row's right-edge action cell, reusing that key for aria-label and title. stopPropagation keeps the click off the row's expand toggle. The icon is hover-revealed on md+ and always visible below it: #1123 collapsed the desktop table and the mobile card into one responsive table, so hover-only would leave touch users with nothing. Copy is no longer gated on posted. The copy_from handler and the GET journal-entries route never looked at status, so copying a draft already worked end-to-end and only the detail-page button hid it; the two list surfaces were already ungated. Both list affordances now respect canWrite, which previously dropped read-only users into a dialog they could not submit. The repo does not render components in tests, which is why #1123 removed this silently. Pin the source shape instead, the same way the copy-invoice query is pinned. Closes #1266 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): revalidate stale invoice match pointers before offering a match potential_invoice_id / potential_supplier_invoice_id are written once, at bank import, and never revisited. When one of several identical recurring invoices was settled by a different transaction, every other transaction kept pointing at the now fully paid invoice. The match dialog then measured the bank amount against a 0 kr remaining balance and reported a "Beloppen skiljer sig ... fakturan blir delbetald" partial payment, and the worklist offered the same dead suggestion as a one-click confirm row. Worse, the manual escape hatch was hidden exactly when it was needed: TransactionInboxCard only shows "Matcha mot leverantörsfaktura" when no suggestion exists, so a stale pointer left the user with no way at all to reach the correct invoice. Fixed by revalidating at read time rather than by clearing sibling pointers on settle. Invoices are settled through many paths (both match routes, mark-paid, MCP, bank reconciliation, SIE import), so write-time cleanup leaks the moment one is missed, while the candidate lookup covers every route into the list. The shared accept-lists in lib/invoices/matchable-statuses.ts mirror the CAS guards the match routes already enforce. - listSuggestedMatches and the transactions page candidate fetch filter on status + remaining_amount, so a settled candidate yields no suggestion and the manual picker reappears on its own. - InvoiceMatchDialog blocks a settled target with a distinct message and a disabled confirm. Not advisory: both routes reject it outright with MATCH_INVOICE_ALREADY_PAID / MATCH_SI_ALREADY_PAID, so no override could succeed. - The supplier detail card now shows remaining_amount like the customer branch, instead of total. On a partially paid invoice it used to print "1 250 kr" directly beside "Differens: 1 250 kr". - match-supplier-invoice clears potential_supplier_invoice_id on the transaction it just matched, mirroring the customer route. No bookkeeping was ever at risk: both routes already refused a settled target before creating a voucher. The damage was confined to a misleading dialog and a dead end. createQueuedMockSupabase gains passive call recording (calls / findCall / findCalls) because the proxy swallowed filter and update arguments, which made the new assertions inexpressible. Refs #1259, #1260 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick (#1256) * feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick The webhook dispatcher ran only on a per-minute cron, so the floor on delivery latency was up to 60 seconds plus the request. An external consumer that wanted to react as a transaction landed had only one alternative: polling /api/events, which the 100 rpm per-key limit makes expensive and which still cannot beat the tick interval. Schedules one dispatch cycle as soon as deliveries are enqueued. The cron is unchanged and remains the retry and sweep path; this only moves the first attempt forward. Wired into the event-bus fanout plus the two routes that enqueue a delivery directly: the :test verb, whose entire purpose is telling someone whether their receiver works, and the manual delivery retry. Three properties are load-bearing and covered by tests. The kick is never awaited, because eventBus.emit is awaited at ~99 call sites including journal_entry.committed and each delivery can burn a 10 s receiver timeout. It coalesces per function instance, so a bulk booking that emits once per row does not schedule one claim round trip per row. It claims 5 rows rather than the cron's 50, because it runs on the tail of a user-facing request. Double delivery is not a risk: claim_due_webhook_deliveries already claims FOR UPDATE SKIP LOCKED and flips rows to in_flight in the same statement, so a kick racing the cron sees disjoint rows. Does not close #1201, which asks for a realtime stream for API consumers. This is the cheap half. Refs #1201 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(webhooks): stop claiming the kick makes double delivery impossible Adversarial review of the previous commit caught an overstatement in its own comments. SKIP LOCKED keeps a kick and the cron from claiming the same row at the same moment, but claim_due_webhook_deliveries autocommits before any POST is issued, so from then on ownership is only status='in_flight' and a later cycle's recoverStuckInFlight sweep can re-arm a row still queued behind an earlier cycle's serial loop. Delivery is at-least-once, which is what the public docs already tell receivers ("the same delivery id may arrive more than once ... idempotency is on you"). The comments contradicted that. No behaviour change. The kick does not create this window: the cron claims 50 rows serially against the same 20 s stuck threshold, which is wider than what a batch of 5 can open. Refs #1201 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base (#1253) * fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base sumPostedYearEndDispositions reconstructs resultat fore skatt for the tax calculation, because generateIncomeStatement excludes every source_type='year_end' entry. It summed class 88 and 7533 but not 78xx, so planenlig avskrivning posted by the bokslut flow (lib/bokslut/assets/depreciation-engine.ts) was dropped from the income statement and never added back. The bolagsskatt base and the periodiseringsfond 25 % cap were therefore computed on an overstated result: tax too high by roughly 20.6 % of the depreciation. Also exclude the period's final bokslutsverifikation from the fetch. It carries source_type='year_end' as well and reverses every P&L account, 78xx/88xx/7533 included (verified against production closing entries), so once the year is closed it would cancel the add-back this function exists to produce. That hazard already applied to 88xx and 7533; the fix closes it for all three rather than widening it. Scope is deliberately the tax base only. Making the standalone resultatrakning show bokslut entries is a separate, larger change: the same exclusion is duplicated in the kpi_report_aggregates RPC, it moves displayed profit for every company that ran the bokslut flow, and it means removing the add-back at four call sites. Refs #1051 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): scope the closing-entry lookup to the company and fail loudly Review (CodeRabbit + the compliance swarm, ASVS V8.2.1) flagged the new fiscal_periods read in sumPostedYearEndDispositions on two counts, both fair. It filtered only on the period id while every sibling query in the same function carries the tenant scope. Primary key or not, service-role paths have no RLS to fall back on and the repo's rule is to filter company_id explicitly, so it now does. It also discarded the query error. That mattered more than it looks: a failed read fell through to closingEntryId = null, which silently re-admits the closing verifikat's 78xx/88xx reversals and understates the tax base, i.e. exactly the failure this lookup was added to prevent. It now throws, and the surrounding catch turns it into the existing 'Failed to read posted dispositions' error. A wrong bolagsskatt is worse than a loud failure. Two regression tests: the lookup carries both eq filters, and a lookup failure propagates instead of degrading to a wrong number. Refs #1051 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(storage): drop the client-side DELETE policy on the documents bucket (#1254) * fix(storage): drop the client-side DELETE policy on the documents bucket 20240101000024 documents this bucket as WORM: "No UPDATE or DELETE policies". That described the repo, not production. Production carries a users_delete_own_documents policy that exists in no migration file: FOR DELETE TO authenticated USING (bucket_id = 'documents' AND (storage.foldername(name))[2] = auth.uid()::text) Under it, the uploading user can delete the storage bytes of any document they uploaded under the legacy documents/{userId}/... layout, using nothing but their normal browser token. That includes documents linked to a posted verifikat, which are rakenskapsinformation under the BFL 7 kap 2 § seven-year retention duty. deleteDocument()'s linked-check and the block_document_deletion() trigger both guard the document_attachments ROW, not the object: the row survives, still pointing at a file that is gone. Reproduced against a local replay of the full migration stream: with the policy present the uploader's own DELETE removes the object; with it dropped the same statement matches zero rows. Company-scoped keys were never exposed (their second path segment is the company id, not auth.uid()), so this only ever reached the legacy layout, which is where most documents still live. Safe because every in-app remove() on this bucket already runs on the service role, covered by service_role_all_documents. Deliberately narrow: users_read_own_documents and users_upload_own_documents stay. The Phase B backfill from 20260726092000 has not run, so dropping the legacy SELECT policy now would make existing documents unreadable. That is Phase C. The pg-real test asserts no DELETE and no UPDATE policy over the bucket under ANY name: the hole arrived under a name this repo never used, so pinning a name would not have caught it. Refs #1208 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(storage): make the WORM ratchet see FOR ALL and WITH CHECK policies Review caught two blind spots in the ratchet, both fair. It matched only polcmd 'd' and 'w', but polcmd '*' (FOR ALL) grants DELETE and UPDATE just as effectively, and FOR ALL is the shape the one legitimate policy on this table already uses, so a hostile one would look unremarkable in the catalogue. It also read only polqual, so an UPDATE policy carrying its bucket restriction in WITH CHECK was invisible. Both assertions now run through one helper that covers d/w/*, concatenates USING and WITH CHECK, and filters by grantee so service_role_all_documents (how the application does its authorized deletes) is excluded while every client-reachable role is not. A policy granted to PUBLIC has an empty polroles, which is the most permissive case there is, so it is treated as client-reachable rather than as "no roles". Matching on the substring rather than the exact `bucket_id = 'documents'` shape pg_get_expr emits today: a policy written as bucket_id::text or with the comparison reversed would slip past a stricter match, and for a WORM ratchet a false alarm is cheap while a silent hole is not. Adds a probe case that creates a FOR ALL policy and asserts the helper sees it, so the main assertion cannot pass vacuously. That case earned its keep immediately: it caught that node-postgres hands back a raw string for a name[] column, so the role filter needed rolname::text to work at all. Verified against a local replay of the full migration stream: red with the original prod FOR DELETE policy present, red with a FOR ALL probe, green without either. Full pg-real suite 933 passed. Refs #1208 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(storage): catch a destructive policy that names no bucket at all Adversarial review of the previous commit found the ratchet still failed open, and reproduced it: a policy with no bucket_id predicate covers EVERY bucket, documents included, so gating on the bucket name discarded exactly the widest hole. The concrete shape is Supabase's own stock "Enable delete for users based on user_id" template, USING (auth.uid() = owner), which is the single most likely form of a future dashboard edit. A destructive policy is now in scope unless it provably cannot reach this bucket, i.e. only a bucket_id predicate naming some other bucket exempts it. The behavioural assertions had the matching blind spot: fixtures were seeded without an owner, so an owner-based policy matched NULL and the DELETE reported 0 rows for the wrong reason. Objects now carry an owner the way storage-api stamps them in production, so those tests fail loudly instead of passing by accident. Two probes pin both directions: a bucketless policy must be reported (and is shown to really permit the delete), and a policy scoped to another bucket must not be, so the ratchet cannot start crying wolf on receipts or sie-files and get switched off. Verified against a local replay of the full migration stream: red with the stock bucketless template installed, green without it. Full pg-real suite 935 passed. Refs #1208 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(kontoplan): make a deactivated account reachable again (#1262) is_active=false read as "does not exist" on every read path but as "exists" on the (company_id, account_number) unique constraint, so a deactivated account vanished from the kontoplan with no way back and re-creating it answered "Kontonummer X finns redan i din kontoplan." The write side was already correct: POST /accounts/activate has a toReactivate branch and PUT /accounts/[number] accepts is_active:true. Both were simply unreachable, so this opens routes to them rather than relaxing the read filters, which are load-bearing for AccountsNotInChartError. - Kontoplan gets a "Visa inaktiva" filter; inactive rows carry an "Inaktiv" chip and the existing per-row switch reactivates them in one click. - Deactivating an account that has posted lines now warns first, using the usage count already loaded for the Verifikat column. - POST /accounts distinguishes the two collisions and returns the new ACCOUNT_EXISTS_INACTIVE code; AddAccountDialog offers "Aktivera kontot istallet" rather than a dead-end 409. The stored account is left exactly as it was; values typed into the failed create form are not applied. - bas-lookup consults the company's own chart before the static BAS reference, so a deactivated custom account reads as known and "Aktivera och bokfor" is no longer disabled for it. New in_chart / is_active fields let callers tell "will be added" from "will be revived". - BAS-katalog stops showing "Aktiverat" for an account the company holds but has deactivated; it falls through to a relabelled Aktivera button, and the per-class counts follow. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): flag foreign 0 % lines with reverse charge switched off (#1255) * fix(supplier-invoices): flag foreign 0 % lines with reverse charge switched off A foreign supplier charging no Swedish VAT is normally omvand skattskyldighet. With the reverse-charge switch off, createSupplierInvoiceRegistrationEntry emits neither the 26x4 output leg nor the 44xx/45xx basis lines, so ruta 20-24, 30-32 and 48 all stay empty and the momsdeklaration takes a shape Skatteverket rejects. For a fully deductible purchase the net moms att betala is unchanged, which is exactly why this goes unnoticed. The form already auto-ticks reverse charge for eu_business but not for non_eu_business, so that path slips through silently. Adds a pure helper plus a non-blocking banner cloned from the existing rc_account_warning block. Deliberately silent for swedish_business, where 0 % is a genuine exemption that belongs in no ruta at all, and phrased as a question rather than an assertion: a non-EU goods purchase cleared at customs is legitimately 0 % without reverse charge, and pushing that user into ticking the switch would manufacture a new wrong verifikat. Does not add the exempt/import/other picker the issue proposes: supplier_invoices.vat_treatment is metadata that no booking or ruta mapping reads, and the codebase cannot book import VAT at all, so an import option would imply ruta 50/60 were handled when they are not. Refs #1042 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): name the local-VAT case in the foreign 0 % hint Review flagged that the most common foreign document a Swedish small company sees is an invoice carrying the supplier's OWN local VAT, booked at 0 % Swedish VAT with reverse charge correctly off. The banner fires there, and the previous copy only offered "momsfri av annat skal, till exempel en varuimport" as the way out, which does not describe that invoice at all: it is not VAT-free, it carries foreign VAT. Names both legitimate cases explicitly and says 0 % is correct in them, so the hint cannot read as an instruction to tick reverse charge on a purchase where that would produce a wrong verifikat. Title also narrowed to "utan svensk moms" for the same reason. Refs #1042 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(sandbox): call the sandbox assistant Assistenten, not Anna (#1244) A named persona earns its name once someone has been through onboarding and chosen it: it is their assistant and they named it. Nobody in the sandbox chose anything, so a first name reads as a character the product invented and implies a relationship the visitor never opted into. Both halves move together, which is the point. profile_summary is the agent's own self-description inside the system prompt, so leaving it as "Du är Anna" would have the header say one thing while the assistant introduces itself as another in its first sentence. Nothing else in the stack checks that pairing, so a test now does. Scope: this changes the seed, so new sandbox companies get the new name. The 483 sandbox profiles already seeded keep 'Anna' (the seeder returns early once a profile exists, and its caller only runs while verified_at is null). Backfilling those is a production write on demo data and is being raised separately rather than smuggled into a code change. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): show the last posted voucher per series in report headers Adds a "Senaste bokforda verifikat: A 214, B 37" line to the balans- and resultatrapport, so a printed or exported report answers which vouchers are actually in it rather than only which dates it spans (#1267). Reads MAX(voucher_number) over posted entries, never voucher_sequences.last_number. The sequence counter is an allocation high-water mark that drifts from the books in both directions: next_voucher_number burns a number when the follow-up insert fails, delete_last_voucher decrements by one instead of resetting to the new MAX, and pre-RPC SIE imports left it behind. Since the point of the line is avstamning, an allocated number would send a reconciler chasing a gap that does not exist, so the label says plainly that the number is the posted one. Scoped to the report own date range, so a Q1 report printed in November says something true about Q1. The balansrapport keeps the fiscal-year start as its lower bound because it accumulates. Skipped on a dimension-filtered resultatrapport: that report already discloses it is partial, and an unfiltered voucher range beside a filtered result invites the wrong conclusion. Populated in both engines, so the JSON, PDF and XLSX routes all inherit it without signature changes. Best-effort: a header nicety never breaks a report. The pure formatter lives in its own module so the client view does not pull the Supabase query path into the browser bundle. No new i18n keys; both report views and the PDF template are hard-coded Swedish per the "stays Swedish" report surfaces in .claude/rules/i18n.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(customers): stop rendering personnummer ciphertext, make unreadable rows editable, add a reveal path (#1263) customers.personal_number holds AES-256-GCM ciphertext (20260726110000). Three defects compounded into one broken surface for private customers. The list queried Supabase from the browser with select('*') and rendered the raw value, 76-82 chars of hex, into the nowrap identifier cell. It now reads GET /api/customers, which already masks every row, so the ciphertext never leaves the server. Searching by personnummer works again: the client filter had been matching against ciphertext and could never hit. A row whose value cannot be decrypted renders as the placeholder '********-????'. None of the three mask checks recognised it, each having its own '-1234'-only copy, so such a customer could not be edited in ANY field: name and address edits 400'd on a personnummer the user had no way to correct. All three now share one pattern from the new crypto-free lib/customers/mask-personal-number.ts, which the client form can import. Typing a fresh personnummer overwrites the unreadable value, which is the only repair possible: the rejected writes failed whole INSERTs, so there is nothing to backfill. The value was write-only by construction. GET /api/customers/{id}/personal-number is the deliberate drill-in, mirroring the employee convention, gated on the write role because .compliance/ropa.yaml listed no_full_value_read_endpoint as a safeguard for this column; that entry is rewritten rather than left stale, and reveals log actor and customer id but never the value. Also: arcim-migration wrote the identity number as plaintext, which aborts any import containing a Privatperson with 23514 since the constraint flip; and the customer embeds on /api/invoices shipped ciphertext to the browser on every invoice read. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: enhance ruta 05 handling for dynamic revenue accounts - Introduced `fetchDynamicRuta05Accounts` to fetch company-specific revenue accounts marked with a VAT rate, addressing issue #1261. - Updated VAT declaration logic to include these dynamic accounts in ruta 05 calculations, ensuring accurate reporting for user-added accounts. - Modified `ACCOUNT_RUTA` to include account 3000 for completeness in ruta 05. - Enhanced tests to validate the inclusion of user-added revenue accounts in ruta 05 and ensure correct VAT calculations. - Seeded default VAT rates for BAS revenue accounts to ensure proper classification in the VAT declaration. * fix: enhance data handling and masking in customer and invoice APIs * fix(vat): resolve the 3000 gruppkonto's rate for the ruta 05 base split 3000 "Forsaljning inom Sverige" is mapped to ruta05 by ACCOUNT_RUTA, so a balance on it is filed in the right box already. What was missing is the rate split: unlike 3001/3002/3003 the account number carries no sats, and fetchDynamicRuta05Accounts skipped it because it is in ACCOUNT_TO_BOX. A company posting to the gruppkonto therefore got a ruta 05 total that breakdown.invoices.base25/12/6 did not add up to. Surface those rates separately as staticRateByAccount: rate-only on purpose, because the static map already sums the account and adding it to the dynamic account list would double the filed figure. A test pins that single-count property. Also add 3000 to the MCP server's RUTA_05_ACCOUNTS, which is the display list behind report.rutor.ruta05: without it a 3000 balance appeared in the filed projection but not in the report the agent reads back. The comment claiming SALES_OUTPUT_VAT_SHORTFALL reads base25/12/6 was wrong and is corrected. That check derives its expected base from the output-VAT rutor (ruta10/0.25 + ruta11/0.12 + ruta12/0.06); nothing reads the per-rate bases, which are reporting metadata. So the incomplete split never affected a filed return or a warning, only the breakdown. feat(bokslut): the bokslut trio in the flat concept language (scenes 34-36) (#1161)
* feat(bokslut): Arsbokslut hub as Stegen with de-boxed linear steps (trio 1/3) Scene 34: the six-step wizard gets the house horizontal stepper (done checks behind the current step, click-back navigation, forward stays with each step's continue action), the period select moves into the header as the context control, and the progress-bar and picker cards die. Preflight, Preview, Execute and Result are de-boxed: sans eyebrow sections with hairlines, quiet action links, attn lines instead of boxed alerts, muted text for normal states. Step content is centered at reading width. Accruals/Dispositions keep their internals for now (interactive panels; follow-up pass). All wizard logic untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bokslut): INK2 and NE-bilaga views in the flat house language (trio 2/3) Scene 36 direction: the declaration views lose every card. Statutory sections (Tillgangar, Eget kapital och skulder, Resultatrakning, INK2S, Intakter, Kostnader) become sans eyebrow sections with hairlines, the header card becomes a flat block with the SRU download beside it, the filing instructions lose their info box, warnings render as attn lines, and the NE R11 result becomes the emphasized document-foot row. All ruta tables, SRU downloads and warnings logic untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bokslut): Arsredovisning page, studio and digital filing in the flat house language (trio 3/3) De-boxes the whole scene-35 surface: the page shell (period picker, K3 note, narrativ, flerarsoversikt, underskrifter, PDF section), the AnnualReportStudio (workflow strip, scope form, completeness checks, versions) and DigitalInlamning (iXBRL review, submission form, status history) all move from Card shells to sans-eyebrow sections with hairlines. Inner info boxes flatten to bordered text blocks; the digital-checks warning becomes an attn line. The iframe border and the Kommer snart overlay sign stay: one frames an external document, the other floats above blurred content. Statutory Swedish-only surface: no new i18n keys. * polish(bokslut): align trio controls with the house language Founder feedback: buttons and selects still read old-style next to the bookkeeping page. Sweeps all trio surfaces: - Drop every min-h-11 override on Buttons and Inputs (44px chunky controls) so the compact house pill and h-10 input apply. - Replace all native <select> elements (BooleanQuestion, currency, group size, signing method, signer role, versions, AGM outcome, roll) with the shadcn Select primitive used system-wide. - Step navigation matches the merged Moms Stegen: white outline size-sm pills labelled 'Nästa: <steg> →' and '← Tillbaka'. Booking commits (Verkställ, Bokför valda dispositioner) stay primary. - Year-end period picker becomes the ContextPicker chip (the house context-picker idiom), and the stepper row widens to max-w-4xl so step 6 'Klart' no longer clips. - font-sans on two uppercase h3 eyebrows that rendered serif via the global h1-h3 display rule. * fix(vat): one toolbar row and the FyPicker chip on every fiscal-year surface The prod momsdeklaration (helårsmoms) broke into two sparse rows: Exportera alone, then a labelled 280px FiscalYearSelector below it, plus a serif uppercase worklist heading and internal check codes in the UI. - The VAT toolbar is one flat row: periodicity picker, fiscal-year chip, black Exportera, all h-9 aligned. - FyPicker (the rounded ContextPicker chip from UI-migration PR 3) replaces FiscalYearSelector on every page-level surface it had left: the VAT toolbar, FocusedReport's header (all report detail pages) and Kassaflödesanalys. Dialog/settings forms keep the labelled select, which is a form field, not a context picker. - 'Verifikationer som saknar basbelopp' becomes a sans eyebrow with hairline; internal codes (RC_BASIS_MISSING et al) no longer render in check rows, the Swedish message already cites the SKV felkod. - font-sans on the SkatteverketPanel validation eyebrow. * polish(vat): periodicity, year and quarter/month pickers as ContextPicker chips Founder feedback: the Arsvis dropdown should also be the rounded style. The cadence choice now lives behind a settings-style 'Period' chip (Manadsvis/Kvartalsvis/Arsvis with a check on the active one), and the year and quarter/month selects become chips too, so the whole momsdeklaration toolbar is chip-shaped: Period, 2026, Kvartal 3 (jul-sep) or Rakenskapsar 2026, then the black Exportera pill. The concrete period chip already implies the cadence, so the Period chip can stay label-only. --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(ui): rest-of-nav 1 — Viktiga datum, Skattekonto, Periodiseringar, Import to the concept language (#1140)
* feat(ui): concept scenes 17/24/32/33 for Viktiga datum, Skattekonto, Periodiseringar and Import (rest-of-nav 1) Viktiga datum: thread rows with type-icon circles behind a type seg (Alla/Skatt/Fakturering/Egna), Narmast countdown pane, Ny deadline lifted to the page header, both banners replaced by one AttnLine, mark-done via ConfirmDialog. DeadlineCard/DeadlineFilters die; DeadlineRow is the row. Skattekonto: card-less saldo hero with OCR + quiet copy, shortfall AttnLine computed from the next drain date with a betalningsuppgifter dialog (bankgiro 5050-1055 + OCR), one dry-table with Kommande/Forfallna/ Genomforda band rows, chips only on unbooked genomforda rows, quiet hover actions. Tabs and per-row badge noise are gone; the concept's Saldo column is dropped because SKV stores no per-row running balance. Periodiseringar: banner becomes an AttnLine with inline Bokfor forfallna (now confirm-first), house seg with Aktiva count, dry-table with muted normal states and animated RowFoldout for installments, Los upp nu as a quiet hover link through the shared ConfirmDialog. Import: tabs collapse into one two-column row list (Importera | Exportera) in the concept row language; SIE export moves into a small dialog and Molnsynkronisering folds the CloudBackupCard open in place. The /import?view=export#sie-export and /import#cloud-backup deep links keep working. Sandbox notice is an AttnLine. All four pages get stagger-enter, a help popover behind ? and sv+en keys for every new string. 9189 tests green, lint clean, guards pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(ui): align dashboard loading skeletons with the migrated page silhouettes Folds in the parallel WIP from this checkout at the founder's request: every loading.tsx under (dashboard) now mirrors its migrated page row-for-row (24px title block, pill actions, borderless table heads, single-line rows), and the shared (dashboard)/loading.tsx takes Hem's greeting + Att gora silhouette. Also lands the pending DECISIONS.md lines (onboarding swap plan note + rest-of-nav 1 deviations). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * polish(ui): authority logos, stat-tile skattekonto hero, quieter type on rest-of-nav 1 Viktiga datum: statutory deadlines wear the receiving authority's mark (Skatteverket for tax dates, Bolagsverket for arsredovisning/arsstamma) as a small badge on white; other deadlines keep the neutral type icons. Row dates go muted, titles drop font-medium, the Narmast countdown steps down to the house text-4xl display scale. Skattekonto: the 32px serif hero becomes two compact metric tiles in the KPIHeroCards idiom (saldo with the Skatteverket mark + OCR meta, nasta dragning with date and event count), matching how numbers read on the migrated pages. Periodiseringar: chevron column dropped; rows expand on click exactly like the verifikat list. Import: provider logo chips return on Hamta fran annat system (live- version parity) and Koppla bank carries the Enable Banking mark. Adds skatteverket(_color), bolagsverket, enable-banking plus claude/ anthropic marks (for future use) under public/logos/. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * polish(ui): keep Importera and Exportera as separate tabs on the import page Founder feedback: the merged two-column landing goes back to the familiar split. The house seg switches between the Importera rows and the Exportera rows (SIE 4 dialog + Molnsynkronisering fold), ?view=export selects the export tab again and the hash deep links flip to it before opening their surface. Row language and logo chips stay. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): readable Enable Banking mark and full-width skattekonto The enable-banking.webp is the full stacked logo in white-on-transparent: invisible on the light chip and mush at 16px. The chip now uses a cropped 368px icon square (enable-banking-icon.png) with the marketing site's grayscale+brightness treatment in light mode and a white lift in dark. Skattekonto loses its max-w-3xl cap so the table stretches the content column exactly like Bokforing and Transaktioner; the saldo tiles take KPI-card width (lg:grid-cols-4). Import's tab columns stretch too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): address review-bot findings on rest-of-nav 1 CodeRabbit triage, all three confirmed real: the Bokfor forfallna attn action is hidden for read-only users instead of rendering a no-op link; a failed deadline edit rethrows so the form stays open with the user's input; authority marks are reserved for statutory (system-generated) deadlines: a manual tax-category deadline keeps the neutral icon. Compliance swarm's two high findings verified clean, no change needed: /api/bookkeeping/accruals/:id/dissolve and /api/deadlines/:id (+ /complete) all run through withRouteContext with company_id scoping and 404 on miss. Add/stripe connect transactions (#1139)
* fix(mcp-oauth): allow ChatGPT connector callbacks and resume OAuth after login Add chatgpt.com/connector/oauth/* (per-instance) and the legacy chatgpt.com/connector_platform_oauth_redirect to the built-in OAuth redirect allowlist so ChatGPT MCP connectors can register and authorize. Fix the login page dropping the ?next= destination: an OAuth-initiated visit that required login previously ended on the dashboard and the connection flow silently died. Login now resumes to the sanitized next path (hard navigation, since the consent page is route-handler HTML), carries it through the MFA step-up as returnTo, and /mfa/verify hard-navigates for /api/ destinations. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): dedup incoming feed rows against booked hand-entered twins Users who bookkeep via MCP/chat first and connect their bank afterwards got the same movement twice: the synced row's external_id lives in a different namespace, the free-form manual title never text-bridges the bank's raw string, and the cross-channel mirror deliberately excluded manual/mcp rows. Extend the mirror with a booked-hand-entered track: an incoming feed row is skipped when a BOOKED manual/mcp row shares its (date, ore) bucket count- symmetrically. Gates beyond the feed-vs-feed mirror: stored row must be booked (staged rows never consume an import), currencies must not contradict (bucket key is date+ore only), the cash-account guard applies to the count exactly as to consumption, and symmetry uses the Layer-1-unmatched incoming count so an already-stored row cannot inflate it. Consumption stamps the batch cash_account_id onto an account-unbound hand row, so one hand row can never consume feed rows on other accounts in later syncs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): inline verifikat rattelse (strike lines + text/date edit) Second sanctioned correction track under BFL 5 kap 5/9 pp, Fortnox-style: strike lines inside a posted verifikat with replacements in the same voucher, and correct description/entry_date without an andringsverifikat. Envelope: posted entries, open unlocked periods, company lock date, same-period date moves, structural/FX/doc-linked lines excluded, and a reconciliation guard preserving per-account net on bank/reskontra sides of externally linked entries. Every rattelse writes an immutable who/when row (journal_entry_rattelse_log, WORM, archived as rakenskapsinformation) and struck originals render struck-through in the verifikat; list rows and the detail header carry a Rattad marker. CLAUDE.md hard rule 1 and the swedish-accounting-compliance skill are amended to state the two-track rule. Staging carries the DDL; prod gets it on merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: live saldo in booking form, prior-year window comparison, hideable assistant FAB - Manual journal entry: saldo column now shows before -> after computed from the typed debit/credit amounts (direction feedback while booking) - Resultatrapport: a narrowed date range now compares against the same window shifted one year back (#862), merged across fiscal periods for brutet rakenskapsar; P&L rows report window activity instead of rolled-forward YTD closing - Assistant FAB: per-user hide toggle (user_preferences.hide_assistant_fab, settings > assistant), sidebar entry unaffected; collapsed sessions keep their reopen handle Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): sync balance transactions as a bank feed on 1686 Import the connected Stripe balance into the transactions inbox, opt-in per connection (transaction_sync_enabled on stripe_connections): - Balance transactions map to feed rows with the two-row gross+fee split and frozen external_id formats (stripe_{acct}_{txn} / _fee), dated on created, bound to a provisioned "Stripe-saldo" cash account on 1686 so booking settles against the clearing account by construction. - Double-booking protection: settled payment-link charges import pre-linked to their settlement entry; payout rows import pre-linked to the payout entry; processPayoutPaidEvent claims the payout's fee rows at booking time (linkPayoutFeedRows, idempotent from both directions). - Cursor last_balance_txn_synced_at with 24h overlap; first run backfills 90 days floored at the day after the company lock date. - Nightly cron /api/extensions/stripe/transactions/cron (03:30), transaction-sync toggle route, "Synka nu" covers both feeds, settings panel toggle with last-synced/backfill note, sv+en strings. - Migration 20260723200000 (applied to staging). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): offer match-to-voucher on unbooked history rows Unbooked transactions with is_business already set (e.g. left behind when a voucher was removed without a full uncategorize) land in the history list instead of the inbox, where the match-against-existing-voucher action did not exist, leaving them with no path back to voucher matching. Add the same menu item to the history list for unbooked rows. feat(bookkeeping): concept toolbar, template booking, confirm-first posting (UI migration PR 4) (#1123)
* feat(bookkeeping): concept toolbar, template booking, confirm-first posting (UI migration PR 4)
The Bokforing page adopts the concept (scene 9) on top of the PR 3 kit:
- Toolbar in concept order with the FyPicker chip far right replacing the
"Visar:" scope selector (same persisted scope, one-click change)
- "Nytt verifikat" is a SplitButton with three remembered modes: Tomt
verifikat (existing editor, voucher-number hint kept), Bokfor fran mall
(new centered TemplateBookDialog: existing booking_template_library
data MRU-ordered, date + editable amount recomputing the kontering
live via applyTemplate, Balanserar row, direct booking + MRU touch),
and Skapa med assistenten (existing agent-sheet path; suggestion lands
in Granskning). Last-used mode persists via ui_state.create_mode
- Draft posting goes through ConfirmDialog describing the outcome
("Bokfors som verifikat A-218: ...") with an indicative next-voucher
preview; the success toast still shows the real number
- "Underlag saknas" becomes the row's only warning chip (Badge warning)
instead of the bare triangle icon; exempt rows keep the muted glyph
- New lib/hooks/use-ui-state.ts: client read of ui_state to seed the
split button's initial mode
No backend, migration or RPC changes. VAT-split math is applyTemplate,
already unit-tested in lib/bookkeeping/__tests__/template-library.test.ts;
split-button persistence is tested in lib/ui-state.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(bookkeeping): use roundOre in TemplateBookDialog money math
The antipattern ratchet caught two hand-rolled Math.round(x*100)/100;
route them through lib/money roundOre like the rest of the codebase.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* docs: PR 4 decisions
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(bookkeeping): concept dry-table verifikat list (scene 9)
The list itself adopts the concept, verified against the artifact's
scene 9 markup: a borderless table (Verifikation / Datum / Beskrivning /
Belopp) with hover-revealed selection checkboxes, hover-revealed chevron,
and an animated grid-rows row expansion whose kontering renders as the
concept's vlines sub-table (uppercase hairline heads, Summa row).
Expansion actions become quiet underlined links (Visa detaljer, Skapa
andringsverifikation, Aterfor (storno), Kopiera); posting keeps its pill
+ ConfirmDialog. Drafts get a row-level Bokfor button like the concept.
All functionality preserved: batch "Inget underlag kravs" bar (above the
table), attachment counts + preview, no-doc-required toggle, out-of-
period + status badges, FX line amounts, sum footer, pagination. The
density toggle is dropped: the table has one density by design.
Fixes from verification: the list's i18n lives in the journal_list
namespace (new keys moved there; they rendered as raw keys otherwise),
and the sidebar brand Image gets explicit dimensions (Next dev warning).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(bookkeeping): bulkbar appears only when a verifikat is selected
Concept behavior: no standing "Markera alla (62) / Markera alla utan
underlag" bar. The batch bar is hidden until the first row is selected
via its hover checkbox, then pops in with the count, the reason input,
Undanta underlagskrav, and quiet actions for Markera alla, the
filter-scoped bulk mark, and Avmarkera. All batch functionality kept,
just no chrome until it is needed.

feat(ui): frame-layout shell, pill buttons, 24px page titles (UI migration PR 1) (#1117)
* feat(ui): frame-layout shell, pill buttons, 24px page titles (UI migration PR 1) The visual shell from the concept, zero behavior change: - New --frame token pair (40 18% 96% light / 0 0% 5% dark); the dashboard wrapper is bg-frame and <main> becomes a rounded 12px panel with its own inner scroll (md-gated; mobile keeps document flow + bottom nav) - Sidebar goes borderless/transparent on the frame - Buttons are pills app-wide (radius 99px, default 7px/16px padding, 13px text, icon buttons become circles), set once in components/ui/button.tsx - PageHeader locked at exactly 24px/32px Hedvig serif - MainContainer resets panel scroll on route change (Next's window scroll-to-top never fires for an inner scroll container) - chat layout + extension workspaces switch viewport-height formulas to h-full so they fill the panel instead of overflowing it by 20px - .claude/rules/design.md rewritten with the 14 locked UI-migration conventions from dev_docs/ui_migration_plan.md Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): clamp hand-rolled page titles to the locked 24px/32px Transaktioner (TransactionStatusBar) and 13 other pages hand-roll their h1 instead of using PageHeader, so they kept text-3xl/4xl after the shell change. Clamp them all to font-display text-2xl leading-8. Onboarding heroes and headline numbers are intentionally untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): keep the frame strip above the panel on banner-less accounts <main>'s 10px top margin was the first in-flow margin inside the shell wrapper, so it collapsed through the wrapper and pushed the whole shell down, showing white body background above the panel instead of the warm frame strip (only visible on real accounts: the sandbox banner blocked the collapse). Flex containers never collapse child margins, so the shell wrappers become md:flex md:flex-col. feat(year-end): administrative undo of executed year-end closing + skatteverket scope fixes (#1081)
* fix(skatteverket): request the ska scope for skattekonto v2 The skattekonto v2 API rejects skahmst-only tokens with 403 "The required scopes are not authorized" (observed in prod 2026-07-20; no company has synced since 2026-05-10). The requested `skattekonto` scope is silently dropped from every grant, while `ska` appears in one real May grant, so request it too: SKV grants the intersection, so this is harmless if wrong. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): correct the skattekonto scope model around ska Root cause of the May 10 skattekonto outage, confirmed via git history and prod token data: the `ska` scope (the interactive skattekonto API's actual scope, requested since the extension's first commit in March) was removed by the "remove unused scopes" cleanup in the #431 series. Every token issued after that hour lacks it and the API answers 403 "The required scopes are not authorized"; no company has synced since. The May 15 repair re-added skahmst, which per its tjanstebeskrivning is a different bulk E-transport service and does not substitute; `skattekonto` is not a real SKV scope name and is silently dropped from grants. Follow-up to the ska re-request (cd8f7a30): - document the confirmed scope model in oauth.ts so ska is never "cleaned up" again - panel missing-scope warning and reconnect-button now gate on ska, not skahmst/skattekonto - scope badge labels: ska takes the saldo & transaktioner label, skahmst relabeled as the E-transport file service - consent-page note covers both terse scope names and says ska is required Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(year-end): warn on untaxed profit at verkstall, Swedish readiness messages, always-visible period selector An aktiebolag could execute year-end with a profit and zero bolagsskatt booked without any warning (support case: closing moved 592k to 2099 untaxed). The preview now computes bolagsskattMissing (AB + profit + no 89xx account among closed accounts, 8999 excluded) and both the preview and execute steps render an advisory, bypassable warning. validateYearEndReadiness messages are now Swedish (the bokslut wizard is a stays-Swedish surface); the MCP year_end_readiness classifier matches both the new Swedish strings and the legacy English ones. The wizard period selector now always renders, keeps a selected-but- ineligible period selectable, and resets a stale ?period= id from another company instead of leaving the user stuck on the wrong year. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(year-end): administrative undo of an executed year-end closing Storno-only reset used when a bokslut was executed prematurely (e.g. without bolagsskatt) and no arsredovisning exists yet: reverses the next period's result_appropriation and opening_balance entries, reopens the period, reverses the closing entry, and detaches closing_entry_id. Resumable if interrupted midway; attribution per BFL 5 kap 6. Migration 20260720140000 adds the trigger escape hatch: closing_entry_id may only change once set when the old closing entry is reversed with a posted storno chain (status flag alone is forgeable via PostgREST), and a non-NULL replacement must be a posted year_end entry in the same period. Covered by a pg-real test. planResultAppropriation idempotency is now posted-only: a reversed omforing no longer blocks the re-run from posting a fresh 2099 -> 2098 reclassification (it previously returned null silently, leaving the new year's equity polluted). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address CodeRabbit, PR-Agent and compliance findings - undo script: company_id filters on verify queries, period-scope the arsredovisning precondition checks, validate service-key format, escalate audit_log insert failure to a hard error (BFNAR 2013:2) - detach migration: company-scope the storno chain EXISTS, replace the em dash in the new error message Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address round-2 compliance swarm and Swedish review findings - undo script: require --confirm-url with --commit so an env swap fails loud; retry the audit_log insert 3x and direct the operator to insert the behandlingshistorik row manually on final failure (BFNAR 2013:2) - year-end preview: document why resultAccountSummary is a complete 89xx scan; warning text now also names periodiseringsfond and overavskrivningar as legitimate zero-tax reasons Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

refactor(ui): design-system consistency pass over dense pages + i18n de-bloat (#961)
* refactor(ui): normalize dense pages to the locked design system Sweep of the info-dense surfaces against .claude/rules/design.md; no behavior changes, classNames and primitive adoption only. - Replace hand-rolled h1s with PageHeader (import, suppliers, kpi, salary/employees, skattekonto, settings layout) and drop the one double title (SalarySettingsContent under the settings h1) - Replace hand-rolled empty states with EmptyState (skattekonto, banking/api-keys/oauth/counterparty settings) and hand-rolled pulse divs with Skeleton (deadlines, report view loaders) - Remove semantic colors used as chrome: amber/emerald banners in AGIPanel and SkatteverketPanel, success/warning tints in kassaflodesanalys, arsredovisning and import become neutral surfaces with the tint kept on the icon only - Full-opacity borders everywhere (border-border/30-60, border-destructive/20-40, border-foreground/30, text-destructive/80) - Snap off-scale spacing (p-5 to p-6, p-2.5 to p-3, gap/mt-x.5 to scale values); KPI metric tiles p-6 to p-4 per the tile rule - Remove the mobile Select that duplicated the invoices status Tabs (TabsList already scrolls horizontally); single Tabs now serves both breakpoints - supplier-invoices: shared formatCurrency instead of a local formatAmount helper; skattekonto: formatDate/formatDateLong/ formatDateTime instead of raw dates and toLocaleString - arsredovisning flerarsoversikt converted to the Table primitive with right-aligned tabular-nums cells - Settings: CardTitle text-base on section cards, one heading idiom in AccountSettingsContent, h3 to h2 in CompanyProfileView Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(i18n): trim text bloat and fix an untranslated sv string - Fix invoice_credit.create_failed_fallback: sv catalog carried the English "Failed to create credit note"; now "Kunde inte skapa kreditfaktura". Translate new_user_checklist.step3_title in en - Drop descriptions that paraphrase their own title (design.md forbidden pattern): invoice_detail.credited_description, invoice_credit.original_card_description, invoice_editor customer/notes card descriptions (keys deleted from both catalogs, zero remaining usages); the transaction booking DialogDescription becomes sr-only so screen readers keep it - Trim redundant sentences from settings_salary.info_payroll_scope, settings_backup.intro, ext_cloud_backup_long_description, settings.name_description, salary_payments.open_payments_note and shorten invoice_credit.reason_card_description; statutory BFL/tax prose untouched - Normalize toast punctuation (dimensions/self_billing created_description lose the trailing period like their siblings) - common.delete "Radera" to "Ta bort" (zero live call sites; Radera stays reserved for irreversible account/company deletion) Catalogs verified key-identical (4795 keys each) and JSON-parseable. perf: cross-system snappiness batch (middleware, loading states, bundle) (#909)
* perf: cross-system snappiness batch (middleware, loading states, bundle)
Middleware: resolve the active company at most once per request and run
the user_preferences + first-membership queries in parallel, cutting 1-2
sequential DB round trips from every authenticated page load.
Loading states: add loading.tsx skeletons for the six highest-traffic
dashboard routes, render the real salary page header during load instead
of a full-page skeleton, replace the blank fallback={null} Suspense
flashes on customers/articles, and reshape the settings skeleton to
match the actual form layout.
Bundle: defer recharts chart components via next/dynamic on the KPI page
and report views, replace the import page's framer-motion marching-ants
border with a CSS keyframe, and enable optimizePackageImports for
recharts/date-fns/framer-motion.
Transactions: extract the potential-match lookups into a shared parallel
helper; a single-query PostgREST embed is blocked until the
potential_supplier_invoice_id FK exists in prod (see DECISIONS.md).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(transactions): log potential-match query failures instead of dropping them
A DB error in the invoice/supplier-invoice hint lookups previously
surfaced as "no potential match"; log it so failures are diagnosable.

style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(skatt): setup gates + auto-loading momsdeklaration across Skatt & bokslut tabs (#885)
* feat(skatt): setup gates + auto-loading momsdeklaration across Skatt & bokslut tabs Every tab in the Skatt & bokslut nav group now tells an unconfigured user what is missing and where to fix it, instead of dead-ending or rendering zeros: - Momsdeklaration: gates on vat_registered with a settings CTA; auto-fetches the configured period on load and on every period change (no more "Hämta" button); one period control (räkenskapsår picked inline for helårsmoms, shell selector + back link dropped via new ReportDescriptor.standalone); raw <select>s replaced with the Select primitive; banner when moms_period is missing; BankID connect returns to the page instead of the report library. - Deadlines: callout (sv+en) when no system-generated tax deadlines exist — they are derived from tax settings, so point at /settings/tax rather than presenting an empty manual todo list. - Årsbokslut: "no räkenskapsår yet" (CTA to bookkeeping settings) is now distinguished from "nothing to close yet". - Skattekonto: non-auth fetch failures render an error card with retry instead of the misleading "inget saldo hämtat ännu" empty state. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatt): address bot review — res.ok guard, blocking moms_period gate, panel hidden while räkenskapsår unresolved - Auto-fetch treats non-2xx or unparsable responses as errors (with retry) instead of rendering undefined data. - momsPeriodMissing now blocks the declaration (EmptyState + settings CTA) rather than fetching a guessed quarterly period behind a banner — a declaration submittable for the wrong period type is a hazard, not a convenience. - SkatteverketPanel is not rendered while yearly mode awaits a fiscal period, so its actions can never target an unconfirmed period. feat(dimensions): PR6 retro-tagging — audited retag carve-out, BulkTagWorkbench, staged MCP tool (#867)
* feat(dimensions): PR6 retro-tagging — audited retag carve-out, workbench, staged MCP tool
Tier-2 retro-tagging (founder decision №1, approved 2026-07-02): posted
entries in OPEN periods can have their dimension tags changed through ONE
audited path — everything about the verifikat itself stays immutable.
Carve-out (migration 20260702170000): the line-immutability trigger gains a
single narrow branch — while the transaction-local GUC set by the RPC is
active, an UPDATE of a posted line is admitted iff every non-dimension
column is unchanged, enforced by a whole-row to_jsonb diff (any future
column is protected by construction; mirrors cost_center/project are in the
changeable set because they are derived views of dimensions['1']/['6']).
Precedent: mark_entry_as_opening_balance (20260613120000).
retag_line_dimensions RPC: tenant guard (20260619130100 pattern), writer
gate (viewers rejected), posted-only, open period + company lock date
enforced, every code validated against the ACTIVE registry, immutable
dimension_retag_log row (before/after/actor/reason, INSERT-only via its own
trigger, no FKs so the trail survives hard-deletes) written BEFORE the
carve-out UPDATE. Idempotent no-op without a log row. Untag ({}) supported.
Legal position per the plan: dimensions are internredovisning metadata, not
BFL 5 kap 7§ verifikat content — this is strictly more conservative than
Fortnox/Visma (dimension-only diffs, open periods only, immutable log,
storno past locks — Tier 3 has no exceptions).
Mandatory pg suite (11 tests): GUC-less updates still blocked; amounts/
description can never change even under the GUC (transaction-local);
closed/locked/lock-date, role, registry, draft and cross-tenant rejections;
log immutability; gnubok.allow_delete bulk path unaffected.
UX (all writes through the ONE RPC): pencil on posted-voucher lines in
bookkeeping/[id] ("Påverkar endast internredovisningen, inte verifikatet")
+ retag-history card; BulkTagWorkbench at /dimensions/tagging (filters,
shift-select, merge vs "Ersätt tagg" replace mode, reversal-pair warning
with "Inkludera motverifikat" auto-selection, per-line failure display).
MCP: gnubok_tag_journal_lines (bookkeeping:write) — filter block resolved
via resolve-don't-select, ≤500 lines, staged via pending_operations (new
op type migration 20260702171000, medium risk tier, shared Zod validation
boundary between staging and commit; executor loops the RPC per line with
partial-success aggregation).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(dimensions): address #867 review — SQLSTATE classification, blocking storno confirm, documented divergence
- Retag route classifies RPC errors by SQLSTATE instead of message-regex:
P0001 (every rule violation in the RPC) → 409 verbatim, 42501 (tenant
guard) → 403, anything else → logged 500 with a generic message. No more
substring sniffing.
- The workbench's storno-pair warning escalates to a BLOCKING confirmation
naming the unselected counter-vouchers before apply (Srf U 14 gross
reporting — one-legged retags silently skew project P&L; the banner alone
was advisory).
- The empty-bag divergence is now documented on both schemas as intentional:
the direct dialog/workbench path allows {} (human untags phantom codes,
logged with reason), the MCP staged path rejects it (agents never
bulk-clear history).
Triage notes: the log's missing FKs are the point (behandlingshistorik must
survive undo_sie_import hard-deletes — a cascade would erase the trail);
SIE exports are generated fresh on demand, never cached, so post-retag
exports carry the new object lists automatically; date-scoped registry
values are deliberately not enforced at retag because entry creation does
not enforce them either — enforcing in one path only would be incoherent
(both belong to the PR10 rules engine).

feat(dimensions): PR4 reports — dimension-filtered P&L + Resultat per projekt/kostnadsställe (#862)
* feat(dimensions): PR4 reports — dimension-filtered P&L everywhere + Resultat per projekt/kostnadsställe The Project P&L milestone of the dimensions plan (dev_docs §7 PR4). One choke point lights up everything: generateTrialBalance gains options.dimensions (SIE dim → code map) pushed down as jsonb containment (dimensions @>, served by idx_jel_dimensions_gin) on both line queries, with company-wide opening balances dropped when filtered (they cannot be dimension-scoped; P&L-safe by whitelist). Resultatrapport, resultaträkning, huvudbok, monthly-breakdown and the TB drill-down inherit the filter; the KPI route filters only its P&L-side inputs (income statement, months, expense composition) — never cash/VAT. New report lib/reports/dimension-pnl.ts — "Resultat per projekt/ kostnadsställe" (Fortnox Resultatrapport projekt): value-as-column matrix over one dimension with an explicit "(Utan dimension)" bucket computed as the residual against the same trial-balance pass resultatrapport uses, so every row and the Totalt column reconcile with the unfiltered resultatrapport by construction. Registered in REPORT_CATALOG (visible only when dimensions_enabled), slug-routed view + xlsx export. UI: DimensionFilter (dimension + value picker, persistent "Filtrerad — ej fullständig rapport" chip) mounts in FocusedReport for catalog entries flagged dimensions: true; huvudbok rows show line dim codes. Statutory exclusion pinned by TEST, not convention: lib/reports/__tests__/dimension-statutory-guard.test.ts fails if the filter parser leaks into balance sheet, balansrapport, kassaflöde, VAT, SIE or full-archive routes/generators, or if the catalog whitelist widens. MCP: new gnubok_get_dimension_pnl (reports:read); dimensions filter arg on get_trial_balance/get_income_statement/get_general_ledger with resolve-don't-select (names → registry codes, resolution echoes); query_journal totals fixed to aggregate the FULL match set (was silently slice-scoped while claiming otherwise) with an honest totals_scope field, plus group_by / group_by_dimension aggregation. Also: voucher-detail dim-6 badge now uses the registry name instead of the non-standard "PR" abbreviation (#859 review follow-up). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(dimensions): address #862 review — export disclosure, prior-column suppression, period-label honesty, route hardening - Filtered XLSX/PDF exports now carry the partial-view disclosure past the file boundary (BFNAR 2013:2): filename suffix (-dim6-p001), a "Filtrerad … — ej fullständig rapport" row on every sheet, and a header note/title line in the PDFs. - Resultatrapport drops the prior-year column when a dimension filter is active — project codes are time-limited under K2/K3, so "this code last year" may be a different project (same rule as narrowed date ranges). - dimension-pnl no longer accepts fromDate: the matrix is cumulative from period_start by design (closing-balance semantics), and the period label now states exactly that instead of echoing a lower bound that was never applied. Routes/MCP tool updated to toDate-only. - dimension-pnl routes 404 on an unknown/foreign period id and cap dim_no to 4 digits (matching the MCP tool's PostgREST-path guard, which the generator now also enforces itself). - Statutory-guard test's generateTrialBalance call-site scan is paren-aware instead of a 300-char window; added fully-untagged and injection-guard test cases. feat(dimensions): PR3 tagging — voucher-form pickers, MCP dimension tools with resolve-don't-select, engine soft validation (#859)
Phase 3 of dev_docs/dimensions_implementation_plan.md. Companies with dimensions_enabled=false see zero change; existing free-text API writers keep working (validation is toggle-governed). Engine (soft validation): - validateEntryDimensions() in dimension-resolver: zero queries for untagged entries; toggle off → passthrough; toggle on → one settings fetch + two registry queries, rejects unknown dims/codes and archived values with Swedish per-code messages (DimensionValidationError, 400, details.issues). Wired into createDraftEntry + updateDraftEntry before any insert; reversal/ storno paths untouched (verbatim copies). Fails open on transient registry errors — soft validation must never block bookkeeping. MCP (agent write path): - New tools: gnubok_list_dimensions, gnubok_list_dimension_values (fuse.js fuzzy), gnubok_create_dimension_value (STAGED via pending_operations — agents never silently mint reporting values; new op type + CHECK migration + executor with duplicate-idempotency). - create_voucher/correct_entry: per-line dimensions bag + default_dimensions, resolve-don't-select server-side (code OR natural-language name; exact → fuzzy ≤0.30 with ≥0.15 runner-up margin; non-exact resolutions echoed with confidence; ambiguous → ranked candidates, no auto-create). - gnubok_get_agent_briefing gains a dimensions block (enabled, dims, top values) — omitted when registry empty. - TOOL_SCOPE_MAP entries; risk tier low for staged value creation. UI: - JournalEntryForm (manual voucher + TransactionBookingDialog embed): header "+ Kostnadsställe/Projekt" progressive disclosure (gäller alla rader with documented inheritance rule) + per-row tag popover + compact KS·PR badges; gated on dimensions_enabled. - Voucher detail: display-only dimension badges with registry-name resolution. - EditDraftEntryDialog carries line dimensions so editing a draft no longer strips tags. categorize/bulk_book dims deferred to PR7 (needs the bulk_book RPC migration). Bug/open banking flow (#854)
* fix(enable-banking): pin Mobile BankID (decoupled) auth_method so Handelsbanken corporate connects We never sent auth_method to Enable Banking, so it fell back to the ASPSP's visible default — REDIRECT for Handelsbanken. For Handelsbanken *corporate* PSUs the redirect flow does not support Mobile BankID, so authorization failed right after the user approved in the BankID app. Mobile BankID at Handelsbanken is a DECOUPLED method flagged hidden_method=true, which Enable Banking only uses when requested explicitly. Resolve the bank's preferred auth method before /auth: query the ASPSP's auth_methods and pick the DECOUPLED (Mobile BankID) method when present, otherwise leave auth_method unset so banks that already work are untouched. The method name is read dynamically per psu_type, so it is robust across sandbox/production naming. - api-client: add approach/hidden_method to AuthMethod, fix ASPSP.auth_methods field name (was available_auth_methods, never populated), add getPreferredAuthMethod(), thread optional authMethod through startAuthorization - index: resolve authMethod in /connect and pass it on both fresh + reconnect - tests: cover method selection and request-body shaping Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(invoice-inbox): clean up bulk-selection toolbar UI Redesign the selection toolbar shown when inbox items are checked: one solid primary "Bokför valda" button with outlined secondary actions ("Fråga assistenten", "Ta bort") and a plain selection count. Removes the redundant "Avmarkera" button (users uncheck the still-visible box), fixes label clipping, and gives the toolbar more breathing room. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(entitlements): bypass paywall in local development Add isPaywallBypassed() so all gated capabilities are testable locally without a subscription. Fires only on NODE_ENV=development (npm run dev) or an explicit DISABLE_PAYWALL=true escape hatch — production builds run under NODE_ENV=production and the entitlement suite runs under 'test', so both keep exercising the real gate. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): resolve enskild firma bolagsuppgifter via 12-digit personnummer TIC's Lens search is fuzzy and only resolves an enskild firma from the 12-digit (century-prefixed) personnummer; a 10-digit form fuzzy-matched an unrelated entity. Expand personnummer to 12 digits before querying and reject hits whose registration number is unrelated to the request. Add a "Hämta" action to the settings Bolagsuppgifter panel to (re)fetch on demand. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(transactions): implement categorize core for bank transaction categorization - Added `categorize-core.ts` to handle categorization of bank transactions, supporting single and bulk operations. - Introduced `categorizeMatchedTransaction` and `bulkBookMatchedInboxItems` functions for transaction processing. - Implemented fiscal period validation and duplicate booking detection. - Enhanced logging and error handling for transaction categorization. feat(scripts): add diagnostic script for Handelsbanken ASPSP metadata - Created `check-handelsbanken-aspsp.mjs` to fetch and display available authentication methods for Handelsbanken. - Outputs metadata for business and personal PSU types, including default authentication methods. fix(migrations): increase statement timeout for SIE bulk delete operations - Updated `20260629160000_sie_bulk_delete_statement_timeout.sql` to set a longer statement timeout for bulk delete RPCs to prevent cancellations during large imports. feat(migrations): add bulk book inbox items to pending operations - Expanded `pending_operations` table to include `bulk_book_inbox_items` operation type in `20260630120000_pending_operations_add_bulk_book_inbox_items.sql`. - Supports bulk booking of matched inbox items against bank transactions. test(pg): add tests for replace_period_opening_balance_link RPC - Implemented tests in `replace-period-opening-balance-link.pg.test.ts` to validate the functionality of the opening-balance correction flow. - Ensured immutability of opening balance links and proper handling of posted vs. non-posted entries. * fix(sie-export): update journal entries and lines handling in SIE export tests * fix(migrations): resolve version collision on 20260629160000 The SIE bulk-delete statement_timeout migration shared version 20260629160000 with journal_entries_list_series_filter (merged from main via #798/#823), causing a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate key error on apply. Rename the branch's migration to 20260629160100. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(compliance): resolve compliance-swarm + review findings - opening-balance/correct: compensating rollback for the non-atomic storno+rebook so a mid-sequence failure never leaves two posted OB entries (ASVS V2.3); durable audit event on every failure path (V16); reference the original verifikationsnummer in the corrected entry per BFL 5 kap 5§; document that requireWrite already enforces write-role + membership (V8.2.1 was a false positive) - reports sources routes: validate the cursor date component as ISO (/^\d{4}-\d{2}-\d{2}$/) before use, 400 on malformed (ASVS V1.2), applied to both the VAT-declaration and trial-balance routes - AgentSessionList: await the rename PATCH, revert the optimistic title and toast on failure (ASVS V4.5) - bank booking: exclude same-batch siblings from the booking-time duplicate guard so bulk-booking distinct same-(date,amount) transactions no longer false-positives; pre-existing duplicate detection is preserved - BulkBookInboxDialog: drop the unsafe currency-based reverse_charge default, add an omvänd skattskyldighet advisory, and type VAT options to the backend VatTreatment union - OpeningBalanceRowEditor: hold onChange in a ref (synced in effect, not during render) so an unstable callback can't cause a render loop Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

UI badge cleanup + /chart-of-accounts route + loop skills (#850)
Bundles three separable concerns: - style(ui): badge audit + cleanup across 45 files — real-status chips use Badge variants (raw Tailwind colors dropped), non-status count/type/label chips demoted to muted text, clustered badges consolidated; 20 unused imports removed. - feat(bookkeeping): Kontoplan moved to a dedicated /chart-of-accounts route (nav + command palette wired); /bookkeeping shows the journal list only. - chore(skills): loop-* automation skills + design-scan workflow under .claude/. fix(reports): restored the destructive count badge on blocking errors in the periodisk sammanställning (EC Sales List) — a genuine status cue the audit had wrongly flattened; flagged by the PR reviewer and Swedish compliance bot, now clean. All CI green; compliance bots report no findings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat: UI slop cleanup, invoice icon/header polish + year-end in Rapporter, journal-list DataList refactor (#847)
UI cleanup: removed AI-slop (redundant suppliers subtitle, decorative Sparkles glyph), decluttered the article-detail header (single status badge + muted type · #number), standardized the invoice icon Receipt→ReceiptText (no $ in a SEK app), and matched ReportExportMenu trigger size to the primary CTA on list pages. Bookkeeping: surfaced year-end closing in Rapporter (catalog descriptor) and dropped the redundant header button; refactored JournalEntryList to DataList primitives + chunked /api/documents/counts in 50-ID batches (large pages previously 400'd); added optional fraction-digit overrides to formatCurrency. The fiscal-year lock indicator is preserved as a labeled Låst/Stängt badge in FiscalYearSelector. All PR-bot findings triaged as false positives (unused import, formatCurrency öre, lock indicator) or intentional design (year-end placement, empty-state messaging). CI green. * style(ui): system-wide UX/UI polish pass — design-system conformance + copy cleanup Multi-agent scan of all 404 UI files against the locked design system, then 141 verified surgical fixes across 109 files (net -32 lines): - Remove forbidden elevation/motion: shadow-* and rounded-xl on cards, active:scale bounce, hover:shadow on list items, transition-all -> transition-colors. - Drop font-medium from single-weight Hedvig display headings/numerals. - Replace raw rainbow Tailwind status colors with Badge variants / brand tokens / neutral surfaces (achromatic chrome, semantic colors stay data-only). - Route raw dates through formatDate(), hand-rolled currency through formatCurrency(), add tabular-nums to financial figures; text-gray-* -> text-foreground tokens. - Swap hand-rolled skeletons for the Skeleton primitive; off-scale spacing -> token scale. - Fix copy: mislabeled "Leverantörsfakturor" -> "Utgifter" on bank-import outflow total, collapse no-op identical-branch ternaries, broken Swedish diacritics (mojibake), correct mismatch-password toast, correct supplier currency-field label. - Remove PII-leaking debug console.log on register, stray console.logs. Verified: tsc clean on all changed files, eslint clean, production build passes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): sanitize residual error logs in register flow Follow-up to PR review (compliance swarm V16 / GDPR Art.5(1)(f)): the remaining console.error calls in the register flow passed raw error objects, which Supabase may populate with PII (email) in nested fields. Log only sanitized message strings instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/cus fee 28 (#820)
* feat(invoices): add Plusgiro input to bank details settings Plusgiro was already persisted, validated by the API schema, rendered on the invoice PDF and toggleable via "Visa plusgiro" — but the settings UI had no field to enter the number, so plusgiro-only users could not fill it in. Add the input next to Bankgiro with Luhn validation and hyphen formatting, include it in the save payload (normalised on save so raw digits still match the dashed schema format), and add sv/en strings. Adds validatePlusgiroNumber/formatPlusgiroNumber helpers + tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): respect non-VAT-registered seller in PDF preview + portal tooltips Two user-reported bugs: - PDF preview (/api/invoices/preview-pdf) ignored company.vat_registered and fell back to the customer-driven 25% rate, so a non-momsregistrerad seller saw VAT in the review step even though the created invoice books none. Mirror the server-side write gate (build-invoice-write.ts): force 0% when vat_registered is false (delivery notes excepted). - InfoTooltip rendered TooltipContent without a Portal, so tooltips were clipped by the scrollable DialogContent (overflow-y-auto) in the send-invoice journal-entry review. Wrap in TooltipPrimitive.Portal. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): book library mall from its literal lines, not a lossy fallback Booking a bank transaction with a user-created booking-template (mall) via the convertible "QuickReview" fast path reduced the template to a single category + one account_override, silently discarding the chosen debit/credit. A kundinbetalning mall (D 1930 / K 1510) booked as a generic cost (D 6991 / K 1930), or with a VAT line as D 1930 / K 1930 / K 2611 — and the result flipped with the direction inferred from the business/settlement line tags, so visually-identical templates produced different verifikationer. Route every library template through the journal-entry editor (applyTemplate -> /book), which posts the literal lines, regardless of convertibility. Add regression tests locking the contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): make the booking-time duplicate guard bypassable TRANSACTION_BOOK_POSSIBLE_DUPLICATE told users they could "book anyway" but the UI dead-ended on a toast with no way to do so. Add a shared DuplicateBookingDialog that surfaces the already-booked sibling and lets the user review it or book anyway (force bound to the reviewed candidate, which the server re-detects so a stale id cannot wave the guard away). - Wire the dialog into the /transactions categorize flow and the manual booking dialog (JournalEntryForm -> /api/transactions/[id]/book) - Bind the override to expected_duplicate_transaction_id OR expected_duplicate_journal_entry_id so ledger-only vouchers (paid invoice, salary run) can be confirmed too - Extend the guard to the pending-operations commit path and the MCP server - Tests for book/categorize routes, detection, and the commit guard Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): log duplicate-guard bypass to behandlingshistorik in the agent commit path The web /book and /categorize routes append a durable BankTransactionDuplicateDismissed event when a user books over a detected possible double-booking. The agent commit path (commitCategorizeTransaction, commitMarkInvoicePaid) skipped the guard silently on allow_duplicate=true, leaving no behandlingshistorik — an auditor could not reconstruct why the duplicate was allowed (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8). When allow_duplicate=true, re-detect the candidate and append the dismissal event (BankTransactionDuplicateDismissed for the bank-line path, InvoiceDuplicatePaymentDismissed for mark-paid). Best-effort — a logging failure never blocks a legitimate booking. Payloads stay PII-safe (ids, amounts, dates only — no customer or merchant name). Also fix the misleading DuplicateBookingDialog JSDoc: the retry binds expected_duplicate_journal_entry_id, not candidate.transaction_id, so the systemdokumentation matches the actual control (BFL 7 kap). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(mcp-server): stub booking-duplicate guard in receipt-matcher categorize tests The gnubok_categorize_transaction tool runs the booking-time duplicate guard before staging; its detection queries consumed the queued supabase mock results, so the staging assertions saw a thrown duplicate error instead of a staged op. Mock detectBookingDuplicate to "no duplicate" since these tests don't exercise that path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(transactions): use roundOre for duplicate-guard öre rounding Replace naive Math.round(x*100)/100 with roundOre() from @/lib/money in the booking-time duplicate guard (detection lib, commit executor, MCP categorize tool), satisfying the no-new-antipatterns ratchet guard. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sie-export): paginate journal entries and lines to prevent truncation * fix(bookkeeping): keep the Verifikat/Utkast toggle reachable on an empty list The journal entry list early-returned a pristine empty card whenever the visible list was empty and no filter was active, returning before the Verifikat/Utkast toggle rendered. This stranded users with only drafts (no posted entries) and users who emptied the drafts list, who then had to use the main menu to get back to posted entries. Narrow the early return to a genuinely empty ledger (committed view, no drafts, no filters); make the in-list empty placeholder context-aware (no drafts / no filter matches / no posted entries yet); resolve the draft count before clearing loading on an empty committed list to avoid a toggle flicker. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(enable-banking): persist psu_type and reuse it on reconnect Reconnecting a bank connection re-derived psu_type from the company entity_type every time (aktiebolag -> 'business'), silently overriding the type the user actually authorized with. A connection that only signs as 'personal' — common for AB owners who use a personal Mobile BankID, notably at Handelsbanken — flipped back to 'business' on every consent renewal and failed at the bank's signing step. - Add nullable bank_connections.psu_type column (idempotent migration) - Persist psu_type on connect; on reconnect reuse the stored value (explicit client override still wins) - Let users switch account type (Företag/Privat) from the reconnect button - Tests for persistence, reuse, and override Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): set maxDuration=300 on bank-file execute to prevent timeout A full-year bank file (300+ rows) runs a sequential per-row ingest that takes ~85s of server time. The execute route set no maxDuration, so it inherited the platform default and was killed mid-run — the import "spins then aborts" for the user. Match the SIE import route and give it a 5-minute budget. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): add assistant entry point on transaction rows The agent ("Lena") could only be reached from Dokumentinkorgen, and only once an underlag was matched to a transaction. Transaktioner is the most common starting point for booking, so users could not start a booking with the assistant from there at all. Add a per-row "Fråga [namn]" button on unbooked transaction rows that opens the existing transaction.categorization intent with the row's transaction_id. The intent already reads any linked underlag, so it works whether or not a receipt is attached. No new logic — only the missing entry point. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): enable Swish payment QR on invoices Flip SHOW_SWISH_ON_INVOICE on so the Swish row and payment QR render on the invoice PDF, and make the "Visa Swish" settings toggle live (it was hardcoded disabled). The preview-pdf route now builds the QR too, so it shows in forhandsvisning. Position the QR in the top-right of the payment box. No Swish API integration -- the QR is generated offline and prefills the customer Swish app; reconciliation stays via bank matching. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): scope verifikat list to current year, add storno action, clarify correction preview Three UI fixes from user feedback; no engine logic changed. - List defaults to the current räkenskapsår instead of all years. Voucher numbers run per fiscal year (one A42/year), so showing every year at once made them look like duplicates. New resolveCurrentPeriodId helper. - Add 'Återför (storno)' action on the entry detail page and list row, wiring the existing reverseEntry — a pure reversal (BFL 5 kap 5§) with no replacement, distinct from 'Rätta'. - Correction 'Effekt per konto' preview now labels a removed account 'tas bort' (vs a bare dash) and warns when the proposal is unbalanced; dialog explains the rows are the full new verifikat. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bank_connections): add psu_type column to persist chosen authorization type * feat(errors): add CannotReverseStornoError for handling reversal of storno or correction entries --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/mcp and req (#753)
* feat(api): test-mode API keys force dry-run on the v1 REST API A key created with mode='test' (prefix gnubok_sk_test_) binds to the real company, but the v1 wrapper forces dry_run on every write so nothing is persisted or sent. Mutations on endpoints that can't be simulated (dryRunSupported=false or unregistered) are refused with 403 TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED — fail-closed. Reads pass through unchanged and every test-key response carries X-Gnubok-Mode: test. Live keys are unaffected (mode defaults to 'live'). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): company default "Vår referens" + per-line sales-account override Add company_settings.default_our_reference (settings form, schema, type); the invoice editor pre-fills our_reference from it on new invoices only, never overwriting an edited draft. Separately, add an optional per-line försäljningskonto (class-3) override in the editor — left blank, the engine still derives the revenue account from the VAT rate, and reverse-charge/export lines ignore the override. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): render a Swish payment QR on invoice PDFs Build the Swish "Type C" QR payload offline (no Swish API call) and embed it as a PNG in the invoice PDF payment box when Swish display is enabled, the invoice is in SEK, and the amount is positive. Also surface the invoice number in the payment box. Wired through every PDF render path: send, mark-sent and pdf routes (both legacy and v1), the recurring-schedule sender, and the staged-send commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): draft exclusion + correction-chain collapse on verifikationslista Extend list_fiscal_period_entries_with_related with two opt-in params: p_exclude_draft (keep drafts off the committed list — they get their own surface) and p_collapse_corrections (render a correction group as the single live correction, hiding the mechanical storno and the reversed original). Both default false; nothing is deleted, every voucher keeps its number, and a "show all" toggle exposes the full chain. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): link multi-year SIE periods so resultatrapport shows the prior year SIE import now sets fiscal_periods.previous_period_id in both directions when creating a period, so multi-year files chain correctly regardless of #RAR order. A backfill migration repairs periods imported before this (idempotent; only touches NULL links on first-of-month periods). generateResultatrapport falls back to the date-adjacent prior period when the chain is still null, so the comparison column works for legacy data too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(articles): hide the VAT field for non-momsregistrerade companies The article form reads company_settings.vat_registered and, when false, hides the moms field and forces vat_rate to 0 on submit — mirroring the invoice editor so a non-VAT-registered company never sets a rate it can't charge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(import): allow file-based imports in the sandbox Bank-file, CSV/Excel and SIE imports run entirely on uploaded data with no external service, so they're now reachable in the sandbox. Only the API-backed options that need live third-party credentials (PSD2 bank connection, provider migration) stay disabled. Updates the sandbox notice copy to match. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): add edit draft functionality for journal entries * feat(database): add default "Vår referens" column to company_settings for invoicing * fix(tests): set SHOW_SWISH_ON_INVOICE to false in PDF template mocks * @ fix(payments): use roundOre for Swish amount formatting Replace naive Math.round(x*100)/100 with roundOre from @/lib/money to satisfy the antipattern guard. fix(import): SIE bulk-delete on service client + provider/reporting/b… (#724)
* fix(import): SIE bulk-delete on service client + provider/reporting/banking fixes Rebuilt branch onto main as a single commit. - import: run SIE bulk-delete RPCs on the service client to escape the 8s statement_timeout; undo_sie_import now takes an explicit actor (p_user_id) so its owner/admin gate works when auth.uid() is NULL on the service client (migration 20260624120000) + pg-real regression test - providers: distinguish missing Fortnox license from expired connection; provider_consent_tokens PK regression test - reports: include unmapped BAS expense groups in the income statement - enable-banking: reconnect closed/expired bank sessions in place - bookkeeping: surface linked invoices as underlag on the verifikat view - scripts: track BL cleanup/diagnostic tooling; data files (*.csv) are git-ignored and consentId is now a required arg with no silent default Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): add Cache-Control header to journal entry references response --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/bokslut (#718)
* feat(arcim-migration): Briox provider with SIE-over-API import - Briox auth via account ID + application token (no app-level credentials); both tokens rotate on refresh and are persisted - New sie-fetcher pulls the general ledger as SIE through the provider API for Fortnox, Briox and Bjorn Lunden - Wizard stops on a failed SIE import and surfaces the real errors instead of proceeding to the misleading migrate-guard message - PROVIDER_SIE_ONLY_FORTNOX renamed to PROVIDER_SIE_NOT_SUPPORTED; new PROVIDER_TOKEN_INVALID for rejected provider credentials Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): per-line accruals (periodisering) on invoices and supplier invoices Defer revenue/costs per invoice line to 29xx/17xx interim accounts with automatic monthly dissolution (nightly cron + catch-up at registration), schedule cancellation on credit, year-end auto-detect exclusion for already-scheduled invoices, invoice-inbox service-period extraction for prefill, and an MCP tool to list schedules. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bokslut): iXBRL arsredovisning generation and Bolagsverket digital filing Generate the annual report as iXBRL from a generated taxonomy registry (K2 element lists, taxonomy:generate/check scripts + CI guard), expose it via the fiscal-period API, and add the bolagsverket extension for digital submission to eget utrymme with webhook-driven status tracking (submissions table + pg tests, lifecycle events, year-end wizard UI). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(mcp): raise origin-guard test timeout to 20s The dynamic import pulls in the full server module; the parse alone flirts with the 5s default under full-suite parallel load. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add new scripts and documentation for K2 AB taxonomy generation and validation - Introduced `generate-taxonomy-registry.ts` to automate the generation of the iXBRL taxonomy concept registry from official element lists and tuple models. - Added `validate-ixbrl.mjs` for validating generated iXBRL reports against the official taxonomy package using Arelle. - Included new documentation files: - `k2-ab-arsredovisning-elementlista-2024-09-12_rev20250312_sv.xlsx` - `tuple-innehallsmodell-arsredovisning-k2-2024-09-12.xlsx` - `taxonomi-paket-2024-09-12_rev20250312.zip` * Add tests for bookkeeping accruals dissolution and supplier invoices - Implement tests for the POST /api/bookkeeping/accruals/[id]/dissolve route, covering success and error scenarios. - Add tests for the DELETE /api/supplier-invoices/[id] route, including authentication checks and validation of invoice deletion conditions. - Introduce tests for the Arcim migration provider client, ensuring token handling and error classification. - Create tests for the Bolagsverket extension, validating submission role enforcement and environment settings. - Add Zod schemas for Bolagsverket response payloads to ensure proper validation. - Implement tests for MCP server's list accrual schedules, confirming registration and scope mapping. - Add consistency tests for IXBRL document generation, ensuring duplicate facts and XML escaping are handled correctly. - Introduce typed domain errors for accrual schedules to improve error handling in the service. - Add tests for resolving consent with Briox token refresh concurrency, ensuring proper token management and error handling. * fix(tests): update payload size guard comments to reflect recent changes in tool descriptions and ceiling adjustments * fix(gitattributes): mark generated JSON files in bokslut taxonomy as linguist-generated * feat(migrations): add backfill for invoices.journal_entry_id and fallback for next_voucher_number user_id * feat(bokslut): enhance compliance and financial processing features with new submission details and security measures --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(bookkeeping): Ny verifikat modal, ledger-style list, SIE no-underlag exemptions (#698)
* feat(bookkeeping): Ny verifikat modal, ledger-style list, SIE no-underlag exemptions Verifikat UX - "Ny verifikat" opens in a modal (NewJournalEntryDialog) instead of an inline tab; the review step renders inline in the dialog rather than stacking a second dialog. - JournalEntryForm: konteringsrader are the focus, with a compact pre-filled metadata bar (datum/serie/text/valuta/period) on top; verifikationstext auto-fills from the first row's account. - JournalEntryList: belopp shown on collapsed rows; expanded view is an aligned Konto/Benämning/Debet/Kredit table. SIE imports no longer flood "Att hantera: saknade underlag" - Import gains an opt-in (off by default) toggle to mark imported verifikat as "Inget underlag krävs"; a "Rekommenderas vid migrering" badge nudges it for historical years. - Multi-select batch-mark in the list for selective cleanup. - Filter-scoped bulk mark (POST /api/bookkeeping/no-doc-required/bulk-missing): marks every missing-doc verifikat matching the active filters across all pages, with a dry_run count to confirm scope — the scalable remedy for a post-import flood. - Shared helper markEntriesNoDocRequired + per-entry batch route. Tests: no-doc helper, batch route, bulk-missing route. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): address PR #698 review findings - JournalEntryForm: restore the explicit "no underlag" acknowledgement in the modal's inline review. When no document is attached, the confirm button reads "Bokför utan underlag" (BFL 5 kap 6-7 §§), equivalent to the blocking dialog the non-bare flow shows — the bare path no longer posts behind only a passive banner. - batch no-doc route: guard the ownership query with source_type IN NEEDS_DOC_SOURCE_TYPES so a crafted request can't exempt non-document-requiring entries (defense in depth on top of company + posted scoping). - bulk-missing route: resolve doc/exemption status by querying only the candidate ids (chunked) instead of loading the company's full document_attachments and journal_entry_no_doc_required tables into memory — data minimisation + bounded memory for large migrations (the most-repeated reviewer finding). Triaged as non-issues (left as-is): partial-import exemption (gated on result.success == zero errors), reason write-back (sidecar row is FK-linked and carries the reason), and "bulk-exempting manual entries" (consistent with the existing per-entry NoDocRequiredToggle). No DB migration — reuses the existing journal_entry_no_doc_required table. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): centralize bulk-missing date/series validation in Zod Move the ISO-date and verifikationsserie format checks into the Zod schema so malformed input is rejected with a clean 400 instead of being silently nulled (or, for a shaped-but-invalid date, throwing a 500 via fetchAllRows). The date refinement rejects values like 9999-99-99 / 2026-02-30 that a bare /^\d{4}-\d{2}-\d{2}$/ regex lets through. Addresses the PR #698 reviewer nit on split schema-vs-runtime validation. +2 route tests. Add/transaction deletion (#695)
* feat(salary): add remove-employee button to draft salary runs
The DELETE /api/salary/runs/{id}/employees/{employeeId} endpoint already
existed (draft-only, cascades to the employee's line items) but had no UI
trigger, so a mistakenly added employee could only be cleared by deleting
the whole draft. Add a trash-icon action column to the "Anställda" table,
gated on draft status + write permission to match the endpoint's guard,
with a confirm prompt and success/error toast.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(settings): prevent horizontal overflow on mobile
The company settings invite form was a non-wrapping fixed-width flex row that overflowed narrow viewports, forcing the full-screen settings modal to scroll on the x-axis. Stack the form vertically on mobile (sm:flex-row at and above the sm breakpoint) and add the missing min-w-0 guard to the modal content pane.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(bookkeeping): move journal entry filters into a filter dialog
The ledger toolbar showed every filter inline (fiscal year, sort, series,
date range, missing-documents toggle), which felt cluttered. Keep only the
search field visible and move the rest into a "Filtrera" dialog with an
active-filter count badge.
- JournalEntryList now owns the fiscal-year scope, restored from the same
localStorage key FiscalYearSelector writes, so the page no longer renders
the selector separately.
- Filters apply live and the dialog stays open; "Rensa alla filter" clears them.
- Export STORAGE_KEY_PREFIX / ALL_YEARS_VALUE from FiscalYearSelector so the
list reuses the persisted selection without duplicating the key.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): implement imported transaction guard for deletion
- Added a guard to prevent deletion of transactions that are imported via bank sync or file uploads.
- Introduced `isImportedTransaction` utility to determine if a transaction is user-created or imported.
- Updated DELETE endpoint to return a 409 status for attempts to delete imported transactions.
- Enhanced transaction history and inbox components to reflect the new deletion rules.
- Added tests for transaction origin determination and deletion behavior.
- Updated UI components to include a confirmation dialog for clearing journal entry forms.
- Localized new strings for clearing form functionality in English and Swedish.
* feat(transactions): enhance transaction deletion guard and improve fiscal year visibility

feat(bookkeeping): journal-entry form UX — persistent tabs, focus-advance, opt-in balance fill, period guards (#650)
Captures working-tree changes to the journal-entry form: - Persist form state across tab switches: forceMount the three bookkeeping tabs (page.tsx) + hide inactive forceMounted panels in the Tabs primitive (tabs.tsx; no-op for non-forceMount tabs). - AccountCombobox: new onCommit callback fires on a definitive account selection (dropdown pick or full 4-digit entry); the form uses it to auto-advance focus to the debit field (mobile + desktop layouts via refs + visibility check). - Replace the surprising auto-fill-balancing-amount on account select with opt-in double-click on a debit/credit field (handleFillBalance) — the prior behaviour misfired when splitting across lines. - Keep exactly one trailing blank row (StrictMode-safe idempotent effect). - Review-step safety warnings: different-month-than-last-voucher and closed/locked-period notices (paired sv/en strings) — guards against posting to the wrong month/period. Mcp/template data feedback (#617)
* fix(booking-templates): scope template list to the active company GET /api/settings/booking-templates relied solely on the btl_select RLS policy, which is membership-wide (user_company_ids) and returns templates from every company the user belongs to. A user who owns multiple companies saw all their templates merged regardless of which company was active. Narrow the list in the API layer (mirroring counterparty-templates) to system + the active company + the active company's team. RLS stays the security backstop; this fixes the cross-company merge within a single user's own view (it was never a cross-tenant data leak). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): show proper message for duplicate bank file upload The bank file import page mis-parsed the structured error envelope ({ error: { code, message, details } }), so a BANK_FILE_DUPLICATE (409) fell through to the generic "Kunde inte läsa filen" fallback. The upload step also hardcoded that same string as the error heading, so duplicates were doubly misreported as parse failures. - Parse the structured envelope by error.code; surface error.message for all codes instead of rendering the error object. - Add a dedicated BANK_FILE_DUPLICATE message using the importedAt / importedCount details the route already returns. - Add an optional errorTitle prop to BankFileUploadStep (defaults to the previous text) and pass "Filen är redan importerad" for dupes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tests): add comprehensive tests for recordateEntry, inbox-linking, and external-id handling - Implemented unit tests for recordateEntry in the bookkeeping module to validate various scenarios including date changes, non-posted entries, and fiscal period restrictions. - Created tests for inbox-linking status in pending operations to ensure correct handling of invoice inbox items and supplier invoices, addressing historical bugs related to status updates. - Added tests for external-id utilities to ensure consistent handling of monetary amounts and deduplication keys across different transaction sources. - Introduced new functions in external-id.ts for stable external ID generation and normalization of imported descriptions, enhancing transaction deduplication reliability. feat(migrations): add new database migrations for transaction handling - Created migration to exclude storno and correction vouchers from unmatched GL lines, ensuring accurate reconciliation. - Added a migration to preserve original bank transaction descriptions in a new immutable column, allowing for user edits while maintaining audit trails and deduplication integrity. * feat(migrations): add function to exclude storno/correction vouchers from unmatched GL lines * feat(transactions): enhance transaction handling with improved description normalization and preloaded original entries --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/m sprint fixes (#613)
* fix(dashboard): exclude ignored and already-triaged transactions from stale count The "Gamla transaktioner" widget counted transactions that had been ignored or already marked as is_business=true but not yet booked, so users saw a nag for a row they had already dealt with — and the /transactions inbox correctly hid it. Align the count with the inbox criterion (is_business IS NULL, is_ignored = false) so the widget clears when the row leaves the inbox. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): read entity_type from settings response wrapper The transactions page read entityRes.entity_type directly, but /api/settings returns { data: { entity_type, ... } }. The expression was always undefined, so setEntityType never fired and entityType stayed at its initial 'enskild_firma'. The template picker's entity_type filter then dropped every aktiebolag-tagged user template for AB customers — only entity_type='all' templates made it through. feat: voucher linking, recovery ops, and salary overrides (#591)
* feat: voucher linking, recovery ops, and salary overrides Adds reversible/correction-style write paths that customers and agents have been asking for, plus per-run salary employee overrides. Invoice → voucher linking - POST /api/invoices/[id]/link-to-voucher and GET /api/invoices/[id]/voucher-candidates - lib/invoices/voucher-matching.ts with full + pg test coverage - LinkVoucherPicker UI in PaymentBookingDialog - pending_operations.operation_type expanded with link_invoice_voucher (medium risk) and a (journal_entry_id, invoice_id) unique guard - MCP: gnubok_find_voucher_candidates_for_invoice and gnubok_link_invoice_to_voucher tools SIE undo - POST /api/import/sie/[id]/undo + undo_sie_import RPC - sie_imports.status gains 'undone' - ImportResultStep surfaces the action; structured error SIE_UNDO_FAILED Edit-recreate journal entries - POST /api/bookkeeping/journal-entries/[id]/edit-recreate - Bookkeeping detail page wires it into the existing edit flow Delete-last-voucher clears IB link - Trigger + pg test ensure deleting the last voucher of a period nulls the opening_balance_journal_entry_id link so a re-import lands cleanly Salary employee overrides - salary_run_employees gains per-run override fields + migration - lib/salary/effective-values.ts centralises resolved values; all payslip, payment, AGI, KU, and booking routes read through it - SalaryOverridePanel on the employee detail page Account classifier - lib/bookkeeping/account-classifier.ts + tests; AddAccountDialog uses it - backfill-import-accounts script updated Misc - toast: minor styling tweak - AGI generate-declaration: respect effective values - structured-errors: new LINK_INVOICE_VOUCHER namespace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add link_invoice_voucher operation type to pending_operations * feat: refactor salary run calculations and update error handling for SIE imports * fix: PR review feedback on voucher linking and SIE recovery pg-real (blocking): - tests/pg/delete-last-voucher-ib: drop posted_at = now() from the seed UPDATE — journal_entries has no posted_at column. - lib/invoices/__tests__/voucher-matching.pg: seed the posted voucher before closing the fiscal period so enforce_period_lock doesn't block the INSERT during setup. voucher-matching error codes and rollback: - Add LINK_VOUCHER_DB_ERROR (HTTP 500) and return it on real invoice UPDATE / payment INSERT failures. Previously these returned LINK_VOUCHER_VOUCHER_NOT_FOUND (404) which the pending-op dispatcher auto-rejects on transient DB errors. - Log rollback failures explicitly so an invoice left in a half-linked state (advanced status, no payment row) surfaces for manual reconciliation instead of disappearing silently. resyncNextPeriodOpeningBalance ordering: - Create the new IB first, relink the period FK, then storno the old IB. Previously the storno ran first; if createJournalEntry failed the next period was left with a reversed IB and nothing to replace it, and executeSIEImport swallows the error as a non-fatal warning. replace_period_opening_balance_link: - Tighten role check to owner/admin (was owner/admin/member). Matches delete_last_voucher and undo_sie_import. Data minimisation: - /api/invoices/[id]/voucher-candidates and the matching MCP tools now project only the invoice and customer fields the matcher reads, instead of returning the full customer row. Schema bounds: - SalaryEmployeeOverrideSchema caps each numeric override at 10 MSEK to catch typos before they reach the ledger or AGI. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): supply user_id when seeding voucher_sequences voucher_sequences.user_id is NOT NULL (per the multi-tenant refactor in 20260330130000). The previous test seed only set company_id / fiscal_period_id / voucher_series, which made the seed fail with a constraint violation on the latest pg-real run. Pass the same userId used elsewhere in the seed helper. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): scope delete-last-voucher RPC assertions inside the tx withUserContext always ROLLBACKs, so any DELETE the RPC performs is discarded when the callback returns. The previous test then queried journal_entries via a fresh getPool() connection that only saw the pre-RPC committed seed state — hence "expected '1' to be '0'". Move every post-RPC assertion (entry count, period FK clear, opening_balances_set flip, audit log entry, sie_imports clear) inside the same withUserContext callback so they observe the uncommitted state before ROLLBACK fires. Also fix the sie_imports INSERT: the column is `filename`, not `file_name`, and `sie_type` is NOT NULL. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): assert against the IB-marker audit row directly DELETE on journal_entries fires two audit_log writes: the generic write_audit_log() trigger row ("Deleted journal_entries record") and the delete_last_voucher RPC's explicit "(was period IB)" entry. Both land at the same statement_timestamp(), so ORDER BY created_at DESC LIMIT 1 returned the trigger row non-deterministically in CI. Switch to a presence check with a LIKE filter on the IB marker so the test verifies what it actually cares about — that the RPC's IB-aware audit row exists. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(db): set company_id on delete_last_voucher audit_log rows 20260528120000_delete_last_voucher_clears_ib_link.sql inserts directly into audit_log without setting company_id. audit_log's SELECT policy filters company_id IN user_company_ids(), so those rows landed with company_id=NULL and were invisible to every reader — only the generic write_audit_log() trigger row remained visible. That broke BFL audit- trail intent: the "(was period IB)" provenance row was never readable. Republish delete_last_voucher with p_company_id populated on both audit_log INSERTs (draft path and posted path). Behavior is otherwise unchanged; the pg-real test for the IB-clear flow now sees the RPC-written marker row as expected. feat(sandbox, branding): prod-parity demo with AI gating + accounted rebrand (#585)
* feat(sandbox, branding): prod-parity demo with AI gating + accounted rebrand Sandbox now ships with seeded suppliers, supplier invoices, an asset, a verified agent_profile, and pending operations so the demo company exercises every prod surface. Server-side `guardSandbox()` short- circuits any AI or paid-external API call (Bedrock chat/composer, Resend invoice send, Riksbanken FX, VIES, etc.) and the AgentSheet swaps in a SandboxAgentPreview that explains what's gated and offers a register CTA. DashboardContent no longer mounts the NewUserChecklist when the agent is already built, fixing the path that let sandbox users still trigger /onboarding/agent. Visible branding flips from Gnubok to Accounted: new BrandWordmark component (Hedvig Letters Serif 700), new app/icon.png + PWA icons generated from the accounted icon, default appName updated. URLs, header names, API key prefixes, hostnames, and event/cookie/ localStorage keys keep `gnubok` — the rebrand is visual only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): hardcode supplier-invoice arrival numbers in seed get_next_arrival_number is MAX(arrival_number) + 1 against the same table we're about to insert into. Calling it twice before either row lands made both calls return 1, which then violated the (company_id, arrival_number) unique index — POST /api/sandbox/seed 500'd on first sandbox start. The seeded company is brand new in this branch so 1 and 2 are guaranteed unused; hardcoding side-steps the race entirely. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): set paid_amount=0 on unpaid supplier invoice PostgREST normalizes the column set across rows in a bulk insert, so the second supplier invoice (Espresso House, status=registered) was being sent with paid_amount=null because the first row (Telia, paid) set it. supplier_invoices.paid_amount is NOT NULL DEFAULT 0; the default only kicks in when the column is *absent* from the payload, not when it's explicitly null. Set it inline to side-step the normalization. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): set actor_type=agent_chat on seeded pending_operations pending_operations only allows user-scoped INSERTs via the `pending_operations_chat_insert` policy, which requires actor_type='agent_chat' alongside auth.uid()=user_id + company membership. The seed was inserting with the default actor_type='user', tripping the RLS check. Also lift risk_level from preview_data (where it was unused) onto the row itself, matching the column added in 20260430120000_pending_operations_actor_and_risk. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pr-review): address PR #585 review feedback Fixes called out by the core-only CI check, Greptile, and the compliance + Swedish-accounting bots: - AGI Programnamn pinned back to 'gnubok' (CI blocker). The XML Skatteverket receives must keep the stable software identifier regardless of the visual rebrand — same rule as the v1 health endpoint's `service: 'gnubok'` literal. - handleCreateAccount in SandboxAgentPreview + ChatEmptyState now wraps signOut() in try/catch so a transient Supabase failure doesn't strand the user on a dead button (greptile P2 × 2). - /api/currency/rate hard-fails on missing companyId instead of conditionally skipping the sandbox guard (greptile P2 / compliance V8.2.1). - topUpSandboxAdditions now delegates to ensureSandboxAgentProfile; the assistant persona lives in exactly one place across the seed, layout backfills, and top-up path (greptile P2 outside-diff / compliance SOC2 CC6.1). - ensureSandboxAgentProfile drops the userId param and sets verified_by_user_id to NULL — synthetic seed data should not attribute verification to a real user (compliance V8.2.1 / GDPR Art. 25(2)). Errors now logged via the structured logger instead of being silently swallowed (V16). - Sandbox seed swaps real-world company names (Telia, Espresso House) for clearly-synthetic Demo-prefixed brands using the 5559... documentation org-number range (compliance A.8.33). Asset cost bumped 24 000 → 35 000 SEK so the demo clears the förbrukningsinventarier threshold and illustrates capitalization unambiguously (swedish-asset-accounting). - Representation pending-operation preview corrected: VAT label fixed from 6% → 12%, and input VAT split between the avdragsgill (2641) and ej-avdragsgill (5811) portions to match swedish-vat / ML 8 kap rules (swedish-vat). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pr-review): seed preview consistency + AGI Programnamn constant Two last review-bot items before merge: - Sandbox seed: the representation pending-operation preview was splitting the 240 SEK café meal 60/180 between 5810 and 5811, which is wrong for a single attendee under the 300 SEK / person avdragsgill cap (ML 8 kap) — the entire amount is fully avdragsgill in that case. Collapse the preview to a single 5810 + 2641 + 2440 entry so it matches the supplier_invoice_items row 1:1 and stops teaching demo users an incorrect bookkeeping pattern. - Hoist the AGI Programnamn 'gnubok' literal into a named constant with a comment pointing to potential future Skatteverket vendor registration (per the swedish-compliance bot's nit). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sandbox): avoid BFL duplicate-verification on pending op + fix VAT cap comment Swedish-compliance bot caught two final nits: - The pending operation for the Demokafé representation was using the same supplier_invoice_number as the already-seeded supplier_invoices row (88245). If the sandbox user approved the staged operation, the insert would have created (or attempted) a duplicate verification — BFL 5 kap. requires each affärshändelse be recorded exactly once. Swap the staged operation's invoice number to a distinct value (INKOMMANDE-2026-001) so approval cleanly creates a new row. - The preview comment described the 300 SEK threshold as an "avdragsgill cap". The actual rule (ML 8 kap. 9 §) caps the deductible VAT at 25 % × 300 SEK × antal_personer = 75 SEK per person — the 300 SEK is the tax base, not the total. Math here is correct either way, but the comment now states the correct formula so future seed edits don't propagate the wrong understanding. Agent v1 bundle: TIC v2 onboarding, in-app assistant gating, sidebar nav, MCP fixes (#584)
* fix(sie-import): accept tab as field separator (Bollbok exports) The SIE 4 spec allows either space or tab between fields, but splitSIELine() only treated space (0x20) as a separator. Bollbok exports tab-separated lines for every record except #RAR, which silently swallowed all #IB / #UB / #KONTO / #KTYP / #VER / #TRANS records — imports appeared empty even though the file was well-formed. Also adds a parser-side diagnostic that emits a warning when raw #IB or #VER lines are present in the input but parsing produced none. The previous silent failure is how this bug stayed hidden; the warning gives the import preview something visible to surface next time. Verified against two real reproducer files (Sean / Erik Hellqvist): erik h 2025.SE (UTF-8): 166 accounts, 66 IB, 4 UB, 11 RES, 95 vouchers, 198 TRANS. erik h 2026.SE (CP437): 166 accounts, 66 IB, 4 UB, 0 vouchers. Both now parse with zero warnings/errors. Tests: + 8 Bollbok-shape tab-separated fixtures (2025 + 2026 quoting variants). + 4 silent-failure diagnostic-warning tests. All 74 sie-parser tests pass; 155/155 in lib/import; 64/64 downstream callers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sie-import): address PR #513 review — strip #KTYP quotes, suppress redundant aggregate warning Two non-blocking P2 findings from Greptile review on PR #513: 1. #KTYP handler stored fields[2] directly, so Bollbok 2026 exports (#KTYP\t1510\t"T") stored '"T"' with literal quotes instead of 'T'. Latent defect — accountType is unused downstream today, but my tab- separator fix made the quoted-value path reachable. Now routes through parseStringField so both Bollbok 2025 (unquoted T) and 2026 (quoted "T") land as 'T'. 2. The aggregate "kontrollera fältavskiljare och teckenkodning" warning fired alongside per-record 'error'-severity issues for malformed #IB / #VER records, producing a misleading hint when the parser had already pinpointed the structural problem. Now suppressed when an error-severity issue with the same tag already exists. Test coverage: + accountType asserted to be 'T' (not '"T"') in both 2025 + 2026 shapes. + VER aggregate-warning test now uses #VER lines without { } blocks (silent loss, no per-record error) — the canonical case the diagnostic is designed for. + New suppression test: bare #VER produces per-record errors AND the aggregate warning is absent. 75/75 sie-parser tests pass; 156/156 in lib/import. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: agent chat + composer + memory + document extraction In-progress work on this branch beyond the SIE-import fixes: - Specialized accountant agent (composer + intents + chat loop) - Persistent agent_conversations/messages, agent_profiles, agent_memory - /chat surface + /onboarding/agent + /settings/agent-memory - document-extraction extension with status hooks - MCP server staging refactor + new skills (atoms, bank reconciliation, customer onboarding, kreditfaktura) - pending_operations rejection feedback (category + reason) + realtime - TIC company profile cached snapshot on companies - 17 migrations (all additive — see prior conversation analysis) Parked while branch waits for review/merge. Migrations are already applied to prod. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(tic): migrate company-data client from api-core v1 to Lens v2 Swaps the seven TIC company-data endpoints we call from the api-core paths (`/datasets/companies/{companyId}/...`, `/search/companies`) to the Lens equivalents (`/companies/{id}/...`, `/search-public/companies`). Hard cutover; proxy pattern preserved. Schema shifts handled inside the extension so consumers (TicWorkspace, Step2CompanyDetails) don't need changes: - `/companies/{id}/bank-accounts` now returns Bankgirot only — map to the existing `{ type, accountNumber, bic }` shape, drop terminated. - `/companies/{id}/industries` returns a discriminated array — filter to `companyIndustryCodeType === 'sni2007'` to preserve v1 behavior. - `/companies/{id}/phone-numbers` renamed the field to `phoneNumberFormatted` (fall back to `e164PhoneNumber`). - `/companies/{id}/documents` replaces `/financial-report-summaries`; filter `type === 'annualReport'` and read nested `financialReportMetadata` to rebuild the legacy summary shape. - `isCeased` is now a top-level boolean; `activityStatus` is an enum. Translate enum -> 'ceased' for the workspace's existing check. BankID identity flow (id.tic.io) is untouched — separate TIC product. Note: deploy gated on the TIC proxy being flipped to lens-api.tic.io with an `x-api-key` Lens key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tic): expose v2 onboarding & workspace data Adds six new Lens (v2) fetchers on top of the migration that already landed in this branch, surfacing the data through /lookup and /profile. New fetchers in lib/tic-client.ts: - getFiscalYears /companies/{id}/fiscal-years - getAccountingPeriods /companies/{id}/accounting-periods - getPayrolls /companies/{id}/payrolls - getSignatory /companies/{id}/signatory - getRepresentatives /companies/{id}/representatives - getCompanyStatus /companies/{id}/status /lookup gains a fiscalYear field (current fiscal-year configuration) so onboarding Step 2 can skip manual MM-DD entry. CompanyLookupResult extended with optional fiscalYear; consumers without it keep working. /profile gains five new sections on TICCompanyProfile: - fiscalYear + fiscalYearHistory current + deduped period list - signatory firmateckning descriptions - board + representatives board-composition summary + active officers (positionEnd in future) - payrolls payroll2 array newest-first, with deviation vs annual-report - statuses current+historical status entries with red/yellow/green/neutral color TicWorkspace renders the new data as four cards (Status, Fiscal year + Signatory, Board + Representatives, Payroll history) plus a Badge mapping for the traffic-light status color. Tests: 52 -> 60 passing. Added unit tests for the new fetchers' v2 paths, fiscal-year auto-fill in /lookup, and full v2 profile coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(onboarding, agent): lean on TIC v2 to skip Steps 1 & 3 and sharpen Opus Three small wins that unlock more of the v2 cutover. No new endpoints — the data was already in the snapshot, just not flowing where it should. Step 1 (entity_type) — deep-link path only: - /lookup now returns `legalEntityType` and `registrationDate` (added to CompanyLookupResult). - /onboarding/page.tsx does a server-side /lookup prefetch when ?org_number= is present (BankID picker path), maps "AB"/"EF" to the EntityType enum, and seeds Step 1's radio. Falls through silently for unsupported codes (HB, KB, …) and on TIC errors. - WelcomeOnboarding hydrates ticLookup state from the server prefetch so Step 2's debounced client fetch and Step 3's first-year inference both have data on first render — no flash. Step 3 (is_first_fiscal_year) — every path: - deriveFirstYearDefaults() parses ticLookup.registrationDate and returns { isFirstFiscalYear, firstYearStart } when registered <12 months ago. Step 3's initialData picks it up; the user only confirms the end date. - Settings value wins when present so existing users with a saved choice don't get overridden. Composer prompt: - redactTic allowlist was the bottleneck — it stripped beneficialOwners, signatory, board, representatives, payrolls, statuses, fiscalYear before Opus ever saw the JSON. Existing filterRedundantQuestions ownership logic was effectively dead because the data path was severed. Expanded allowlist to include those v2 sections; kept bankAccounts/ email/phone/fiscalYearHistory/financialReports out (token cost > signal). - SYSTEM_PROMPT now documents each v2 section and the rules Opus should apply: payroll signal switches from "registration.payroll" to "actual payrolls[] filings" (kills the false-positive swedish-payroll selection for newly registered employers); beneficialOwners[] becomes the authoritative ownership source (single owner → FMB modifier; multiple → multi-owner); statuses[] isCeased/red triggers an uncertainty_note. Tests: 4112 unchanged. Build: green. No schema or migration changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): onboarding polish + composer signal fixes from first-run feedback UX: - AgentOnboarding: drop the 10s "Hoppa över — fortsätt med standardval" escape hatch. The fallback path runs automatically on timeout; the manual skip just teased users into a degraded build. - ReviewCard step 2 title: "Stämma av detaljerna" → "Stäm av detaljerna" (imperative form matches the rest of the steps). - Drop em-dashes from user-visible Swedish strings in AgentOnboarding + ReviewCard (fallback labels, subtitles, placeholder, error message, final CTA). Em-dashes survive in code comments only. - "Fråga min revisor" → "Fråga min assistent" everywhere it surfaced: AgentTrigger, AgentSparkleButton, ReviewCard preview, ReviewCard fallback comment, general.help intent buttonLabel + prompt text. - AgentTrigger / AgentSparkleButton / EmptyState.AgentHelpLink / TransactionInboxCard ask-button all gated on identity.isVerified. Pre-onboarding users no longer see the floating FAB or per-page Sparkle buttons. AgentSheetProvider.identity gained an isVerified field; (dashboard)/layout.tsx selects agent_profiles.verified_at and passes it through. TIC verksamhetsbeskrivning: - tic/index.ts /profile: /companies/{id}/purposes returns every historical verksamhetsföremål filing. Picking [0] was returning the oldest "äga och förvalta" holding-company boilerplate for companies whose later filings narrowed the purpose ("tillhandahålla företagskrediter och finansiella teknologilösningar"). Sort the array by lastUpdatedAtUtc desc and take the most recent non-empty purpose. Composer banking signal: - loadBankingSummary now reads journal_entry_id alongside description/amount/date and returns per-counterparty `direction` ('in' | 'out' | 'mixed') and `has_unbooked` (any row not yet booked). Aggregate `unbooked_count` accompanies the rollup. - buildUserPrompt emits each counterparty as `Name: 12 345 kr (ut, OBOKFÖRD)` so Opus can tell income from cost on sight and tell which counterparties are still open questions. - SYSTEM_PROMPT now explicitly forbids verification questions about counterparties whose direction is unambiguous AND status is 'bokförd'. Should kill the regressions from the first agent build: * "Konsult, J 98 565 kr — intäkt eller kostnad?" when the amount is clearly negative. * "ALMI AB 493 000 kr — lån eller bidrag?" when the transaction is already categorized. Tests: 4112 unchanged. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent,ui): representation needs deltagare+syfte, drop duplicate doc icon Representation booking: - transaction-categorization prompt now requires the agent to capture participants (name + company) AND purpose before staging a representation categorization. SKV's representationsregler + ML 8 kap require the verifikation to document who attended and what the meeting was about; without that the avdrag is denied and the post should be booked as non-deductible / personalkostnad. - The agent confirms back in plain text (audit trail in the chat), writes the deltagare + syfte to gnubok_remember_fact (long-term), THEN stages. Saknas deltagare/syfte: explicitly tell the user the avdrag won't go through and offer the non-deductible alternative. - Known gap (followup, not this commit): the staged op's journal entry description doesn't yet carry the deltagare text. Until we add a `notes` field to gnubok_categorize_transaction, the audit trail lives in chat + agent_memory only. TransactionInboxCard duplicate attachment indicator: - Drop the FileCheck2 "open document" button from the trailing slot. TransactionAttachmentIndicator (Paperclip) next to the description already opens the underlag on click. Two icons doing the same thing was noise. Cleaned up the unused state (isOpeningDoc, hasAttachment, handleOpenAttachment) and dropped now-unused imports (FileCheck2, useToast). Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent, nav): notes on verifikation + redesigned sidebar Audit-trail notes for representation: - gnubok_categorize_transaction gains an optional `notes` string. Threaded through stagePendingOperation → commitCategorizeTransaction → createTransactionJournalEntry, which now appends notes to the entry's description (capped at 500 chars). The verifikation an external auditor reads now carries deltagare + syfte directly — not just chat history / agent_memory. - transaction-categorization prompt updated: representation flow now REQUIRES the agent to pass deltagare+syfte via the notes parameter. Without it the booking is non-deductible / personalkostnad per SKV. DashboardNav redesign: - Top section: flat, no header — Hem (/chat), Underlag (was Dokumentinkorg), Transaktioner, Granskning. Always visible; the inline badge on /pending shows the count when there are pending ops. - Mid section: four collapsible dropdowns (Försäljning, Inköp, Redovisning, Personal). Each auto-expands when the active route lives inside it. KPI moved from main to Redovisning. Extension nav items (TIC workspace, etc.) fold into Redovisning. - Bottom-left: new account popover (DropdownMenu, opens upward) holding CompanySwitcher, Inställningar, Hjälp, Support, Logga ut. Replaces the old top company-switcher card + the bottom Support/Logout block. - Mobile drawer mirrors the new structure: top items as flat list, same four dropdown groups, separate "Tillägg" section when extensions exist, "Mitt konto" section at the bottom. - i18n: invoice_inbox label renamed "Dokumentinkorg" → "Underlag" ("Documents" in en). New keys: mitt_konto, group_extensions. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): unhide Leverantörer under Inköp The /suppliers entry existed in navItems but was marked hidden — leftover from when the supplier list lived elsewhere in the IA. Removing the hidden flag puts Leverantörer in the Inköp dropdown alongside Leverantörsfakturor. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): CompanySwitcher back to top-left, user account moves bottom-left The previous pass collapsed both concepts into the bottom popover. They mean different things: the company is the org context everything below operates against (top-of-sidebar, scannable); the user is the account-holder (bottom-of-sidebar, where settings/logout live). - (dashboard)/layout.tsx: fetch profiles.full_name alongside the existing identity queries; pass userName + userEmail into DashboardNav. - DashboardNav: restore CompanySwitcher at the top of the sidebar (pre-redesign placement). Bottom-left popover trigger now shows the signed-in user's name + single-letter initial (accountInitial helper falls back to email's first char, then "?"). Popover header carries full name + email; items unchanged (Inställningar, Hjälp, Support, Logga ut). CompanySwitcher removed from inside the popover — nested dropdowns were awkward and the top placement is where it belongs. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): trim the agent context strip The row-level AgentContextStrip on /pending was rendering the model name (eu.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-6) and the full atoms array (horizontal/swedish-vat, vertical/konsult-it, …) inline, which made each row 60–80 chars of mostly-the-same metadata. Reviewers never scan that text; they scan amounts and decide approve/reject. Now the strip shows only the conversation deep-link (Konversation #<short id>) — the one piece that's actually useful for diving into context. Model + atoms remain available in agent_metadata for debugging surfaces; they're just not in the list view. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): shared ground rules + paragraph breaks after tool calls Two regressions surfaced in real usage. Both are systemic. Shared agent ground rules: - /chat surface (general.help) was happily inventing four-digit BAS account numbers ("Debet 6212 - Molntjänster…", "Kredit 2614 - Ingående moms…") and proposing booking decisions on invoices it had never seen, with no follow-up questions about currency/scope/etc. - transaction-categorization had those rules baked into its prompt; general-help / bokslut-step / invoice-draft / supplier-invoice-review / verifikation-draft / vat-review never inherited them. - Extracted lib/agent/intents/shared-rules.ts with five cross-cutting rules: underlag first (check inbox + ask user to upload to Dokumentinkorgen when missing), ask follow-ups when ambiguous, never write four-digit BAS account numbers in chat (category names only), cite atoms / load skills (don't guess), check counterparty history before proposing. - Injected renderAgentGroundRules() into all six intents above. transaction-categorization left alone — it has more detailed inline rules tied to its specific underlag-flow. Paragraph break after tool calls: - text_delta from the model often resumes after a tool call without a leading newline ("kategoriseras." → gnubok_query_journal runs → "Inget historik hittades…" appended directly). Markdown rendered the concatenation as one paragraph. - AgentChat text_delta handler now inserts \n\n when (a) the buffer ends with text content, (b) the incoming delta starts with text content, (c) at least one tool call has run, and (d) the buffer doesn't already end with a blank line. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): default-open dropdown groups; closing is per-user Dropdowns started collapsed which meant first-time users had to open each group to discover what's inside. Inverted the state: default open, user can collapse, active route still forces a group open. - manualExpanded → manualCollapsed (semantics flip) - toggleGroup unchanged externally; flips the bit - isGroupExpanded returns !manualCollapsed[g] || hasActiveChild Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): rate-safe v1→v2 TIC upgrade, counterparty defaults, profile settings Three pre-ship quality wins. Rate-limit-safe TIC v2 upgrade: - The /profile endpoint fans out to ~13 Lens calls; the account has a ~3000/mo ceiling. Force-refreshing every pre-v2 (v1) snapshot across the customer base would blow the budget. - ensureTicSnapshot gains an `upgradeV1` flag. A cached snapshot still inside the 7-day window is re-fetched only when (a) the caller passes upgradeV1 AND (b) the snapshot is v1-shaped (missing the v2-only `statuses` key). Gated to the two agent-onboarding call sites — a deliberate, once-per-company action and the only consumer of the v2 sections. Workspace + signup keep the natural 7-day staleness, so the v1→v2 migration is lazy and bounded to companies actually building an agent. Known-counterparty defaults (shared-rules): - Agent now proposes a sensible default for well-known counterparties instead of asking the same question monthly: Almi → lån, Tillväxtverket/ Vinnova/EU-stöd → bidrag, Skatteverket → skatt/avgift or återbäring, Bolagsverket → avgift, Försäkringskassan → ersättning, EF private withdrawal → eget uttag. Stated as an assumption the user can correct, not a hard rule — underlag/history still wins. Företagsprofil settings page: - New /settings/agent-profile (Företagsprofil / "Company profile"): view + edit the agent's company profile after onboarding — assistant name + avatar, the profile summary the agent reasons from, and a read-only chip view of loaded specialities (atoms). Backed by the existing GET/PATCH /api/agent/profile. - New GET /api/agent/atom-titles?ids= resolves atom slugs → human titles for the chips (registry is globally-readable reference data). - Added to SettingsSidebar; i18n keys agent_profile (sv "Företagsprofil" / en "Company profile"). Note: /chat already redirects unverified users to / (chat layout guard), and / renders WelcomeGate → /onboarding/agent. No redirect work needed. AgentSetupBanner.tsx is orphaned dead code (WelcomeGate superseded it). Tests: 4112. Build: green. Both new routes compile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav, agent): Hem=Översikt + separate Assistent button; memory dedup Nav restructure: - "Hem" now points to / (Översikt dashboard) again, not /chat. The agent chat gets its own top-level nav entry "Assistent" (Sparkles icon) → /chat. Mobile bottom nav mirrors this (Hem / Assistent / Transaktioner). - / restored to render DashboardContent (the Översikt) for built-agent users instead of redirecting to /chat. Users who haven't built their assistant yet still get WelcomeGate (the build-agent checklist); once verified, / shows the dashboard. Chat is reachable anytime via its nav entry. Restored main's dashboard data-fetch; added an agent_profiles verified_at probe to drive the WelcomeGate branch. - i18n: nav.assistant ("Assistent" / "Assistant"). agent_memory dedup (gnubok_remember_fact): - The agent re-remembers the same fact constantly (e.g. "Vercel = omvänd skattskyldighet" on every Vercel categorization), which would bloat agent_memory with paraphrases over months. - Before insert, compare the incoming fact against the 300 most-recent active memories by word-set Jaccard similarity (lowercased, punctuation- stripped, stopwords dropped). A near-duplicate (≥0.82) is treated as already-known: bump its relevance toward the new score + refresh updated_at instead of writing a new row. Embedding-free, zero added latency beyond one bounded SELECT. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent, nav): företagsprofil=Bolagsuppgifter, avatar nav icon, dedupe greeting Företagsprofil settings page (the right content this time): - Replaced the agent atoms/summary panel with CompanyProfileView — a read-only "Bolagsuppgifter" view of the cached TIC company snapshot (name, org-nr, form, address, F-skatt/Moms/Arbetsgivare, SNI, bank, verksamhet, employees, latest financials, status traffic-lights, fiscal year, firmateckning, företrädare). Server component reads the companies.tic_snapshot column directly — no extension import, stays inside the core-build boundary. - Route renamed /settings/agent-profile → /settings/company-profile. Removed the old AgentProfilePanel + the now-unused /api/agent/atom-titles endpoint. "Assistent" nav icon = the agent's chosen avatar: - DashboardNav reads agent identity from AgentSheetProvider and renders the onboarding-chosen avatar for the /chat ("Assistent") entry across desktop sidebar, mobile drawer, and mobile bottom nav. Falls back to the Sparkles glyph pre-onboarding (no avatar yet). Nav cleanup: - Dropped the beta badge from Underlag. - Filtered the TIC workspace (/e/general/tic, "Företagsprofil") out of the nav — the same Bolagsuppgifter now lives under Inställningar → Företagsprofil, so it shouldn't appear in two places. Doubled intake greeting fix: - /chat/intake fires an invoke with no conversation_id, then swaps the URL to /chat/[id] the instant the `conversation` event lands — which can beat the greeting being persisted. /chat/[id] then hydrated with 0 messages and, because the auto-fire guard keyed on (id && messages>0), fired a SECOND invoke on the same conversation → two greetings. Guard now keys on conversation-id presence alone: a set id means resume, never bootstrap. Closes the race. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): paragraph-break-after-tool split words mid-stream The earlier "insert \n\n when text resumes after a tool call" heuristic re-evaluated on EVERY text_delta (any delta not starting/ending with whitespace, once a tool had run). Streaming deltas arrive in sub-word chunks, so it injected breaks between fragments of the same word: "minnes\n\nno\n\nterna", "kund\n\nrep\n\nresentation". Replace the per-delta heuristic with a consume-once ref: - tool_use sets breakBeforeNextTextRef = true - the next text_delta consumes it: prepends \n\n exactly once (only when the buffer has content, doesn't already end in whitespace, and the delta doesn't start with whitespace), then clears the flag So the break fires once per tool→text resume, never mid-word. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): much shorter replies, representation headcount + VAT cap, dot separator Brevity (system-prompt Svarsformat — affects every reply): - Hard "korthet är regel nummer ett": aim for 2-4 sentences, lead with the answer/action, no warm-up ("Här är vad som gäller…"), don't derive VAT in prose, don't restate what the approval card shows, one question at a time. The agent was writing textbook-length essays. Representation rule now in shared-rules (so verifikation-draft, vat-review, etc. all get it — previously only transaction-categorization had it, which is why the verifikation flow guessed 25% VAT and skipped the cap): - Require ANTAL deltagare (headcount), not just one name — the moms deduction is per person (underlag cap 300 kr/person ex moms). - Use the receipt's ACTUAL VAT rate (usually 12% on food), never assume 25%. - Meal representation isn't income-tax deductible (post-2017); whole cost booked as non-deductible representation. Verifikation description separator: - createTransactionJournalEntry appended notes with an em-dash ("Utlägg Eatnam — Deltagare:…"), violating house style. Switched to a middle dot " · ". journal_entries has no separate notes column — the description IS the BFL verifikationstext / audit field, so deltagare + syfte correctly live there. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): tidy Bolagsuppgifter — no status colours, clean firmateckning From first-look feedback on the Företagsprofil page: - Status: dropped the coloured traffic-light badges (red/yellow/green). Per the design system semantic colour is data-only, never chrome, so status now renders as plain label + date. Also filtered to dated entries only — Bolagsverket emits flags like "Har aldrig varit verksam" with no date that read as noise next to the real status. Ceased status gets muted destructive text (the one chrome colour the system keeps). - Firmateckning: the source text carries ">" list markers and crams several rules onto one line, and repeats "Firman tecknas av styrelsen" across rows. cleanSignatory() strips the markers, normalises whitespace, splits run-on "Firman tecknas …" clauses onto separate lines, and the render dedupes — so each rule reads as its own sentence. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): inbox items expose all terminal links + processed flag The Eatnam receipt was booked against its bank transaction (so the inbox row had matched_transaction_id + created_journal_entry_id set), yet the agent reported it as loose/unmatched and a duplicate risk. Root cause: gnubok_list_inbox_items only selected and returned matched_supplier_id + created_supplier_invoice_id — the supplier-invoice path. The transaction-match and direct-journal-entry paths were invisible, so any receipt cleared via /transactions looked unprocessed. - list_inbox_items now selects + returns matched_transaction_id and created_journal_entry_id alongside the supplier fields, plus a derived `processed` boolean (true when ANY of the three terminal links is set). - New unprocessed_only=true input filters to items with no terminal link — the "what still needs handling" view that prevents the agent from flagging already-booked docs as duplicates. (Fetches a wider window then filters client-side so limit applies post-filter.) - Description updated to document the processed semantics, within the 280-char tool-description budget. The DB linkage itself already worked: /transactions attach-document sets matched_transaction_id, and commitCategorizeTransaction stamps created_journal_entry_id. This was purely a read/surface gap. Tests: 4112 (+ MCP description guard). Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): repair stage-but-never-commit tools + consolidate tool surface - post_annual_depreciation AND reverse_entry were never in the pending_operations operation_type CHECK, so both staged then died with check_violation at INSERT. Add the CHECK migration, a commitPostAnnualDepreciation executor (reusing commitAnnualPostings), risk tier, and the PendingOperationType union member. - Salary tools de-risked: calculate_salary_run calls runSalaryCalculation() directly (no self-fetch/forged cookie); create_salary_run uses a transactional create-run helper with compensating delete; generate_agi actually generates + persists the declaration. - import_sie parses + validates at stage time with a content-rich preview (company, fiscal year, voucher/account counts, balance) instead of a blind byte count. - batch-match-invoices passed user.id where companyId was expected (silently matched zero). - VAT report+widget merged behind render_ui; gnubok_search_tools ranks by relevance; gnubok_feedback readOnlyHint corrected; tools/list instruction text fixed; income decision-tree + GL/query_journal cross-refs added. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): load skill atom bodies from the DB so they survive the build Skill bodies were read from disk at runtime (.claude/skills/**/SKILL.md); on Vercel the dynamic readFile path isn't traced into the lambda and on Docker .claude/ is excluded, so atoms loaded EMPTY in production — a despecialized agent. Inline the bodies into agent_atom_registry instead: - Migration adds body + mcp_exposed columns; a build-time generator (scripts/generate-skill-bodies.ts) emits a deterministic dollar-quoted seed migration with a content-hash manifest + --check CI guard. - Read sites (mcp-server atoms.ts, chat system-prompt.ts, composer prewarm) read body from the DB, with a dev-only disk fallback. mcp_exposed curates which atoms the MCP exposes (swarm-* never become atoms). - The seed script + generator share scripts/lib/atom-discovery.ts; estimated_tokens now reflects SKILL.md only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): safe the in-app assistant — gating, FAB de-confliction, rate limit, friendly errors - Hide all agent entry points until verified_at: the Assistent nav tab (sidebar + mobile) and the agent-memory settings tab now match the floating FAB's gate. - FAB de-confliction: /kpi -> kpi.explain and /bookkeeping/year-end -> bokslut.step so the floating button opens the SAME assistant as the page button (no two-agents-on-one-page). - Generous per-user rate limit (30/min, 1000/day) on /api/agent/invoke, /onboarding/stream, /composer via a new agent_rate_counters table + check_and_increment_agent_quota RPC; fails open. Bounds runaway Bedrock spend without touching normal users. - Friendly errors: Bedrock 429/timeout/5xx normalized to Swedish (friendlyModelError) in run-turn + the invoke route; the chat client surfaces the server's friendly message instead of a raw HTTP status. - /chat/new validates ?intent= against the registry so bad deep-links fall back to general.help instead of rendering a broken-looking error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): keep /chat read-only — redirect categorization + swap the "categorize" suggestion for a VAT-report question general.help (the /chat assistant) is read-only, but it still gave per-transaction bokföringsförslag in prose and asked "godkänner du dessa?" — an analysis the user can't act on (no write tool, no per-tx underlag). Strengthen the prompt to redirect categorization/bokföring to the per-transaction flow (open the transaction -> "Fråga om denna transaktion", where the agent sees the underlag and stages a real ApprovalCard); a short overview is still allowed. Add a guard test locking in no-write-tools + the redirect language. Swap the /chat empty-state "Hjälp mig kategorisera" chip (which lured users into exactly this dead-end) for a VAT-report question the read-only assistant can actually answer. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(pending): declutter the review queue rows + header Fold the conversation deep-link onto the actor label (drop the separate "Konversation #xxxx" strip and its icon), hide the quick-pick when there's only one operation type (it duplicated "Markera alla"), and drop the "(0)" from the disabled bulk-approve button. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(vat): enhance VAT handling by integrating document validation and improving error messaging * feat(settings): add assistant knowledge surface + consolidate settings tabs Expose the agent's skill atoms (agent_atom_registry) in a read-only surface beside the existing memory view, and tighten the settings tab bar from 14 to 10 tabs. - New GET /api/agent/skills + AgentSkillsPanel: lists active, mcp_exposed atoms grouped by tier (Kärnkompetens / bransch / bolagssituation), flags which are active for the company from agent_profiles, and lazy-loads each SKILL.md body on expand. - New /settings/assistant tab with a Minne/Kompetens toggle (?view=skills); /settings/agent-memory and /settings/agent-skills redirect into it. - Merge Företagsprofil (TIC snapshot) into the Företag tab via CompanyProfileSection; /settings/company-profile redirects. - Merge Skatteverket-anslutningen into the Skatt tab — OAuth returnTo and the callback toast now target /settings/tax; /settings/skatteverket redirects. - Drop the Säkerhetsbackup tab (already under Importera/Exportera). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): keep booked underlag out of the unmatched queue + widen match window - categorize: after booking an inbox underlag onto a verifikat, backfill the inbox row's matched_transaction_id + created_journal_entry_id so it stops showing as unmatched (mirrors the /attach-document paperclip path). - TransactionMatchPicker: bias the candidate window forward (60d before → 180d after the invoice date) so late payments aren't dropped before scoring, and widen the ranking date tolerance to 120d so the true match floats to the top instead of collapsing to "Svag match". Fix "okatigoriserade" typo. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: bundle in-progress branch work + agent onboarding chat optimizations Captures the uncommitted work-in-progress on this branch so it lives on the remote. Heterogeneous changeset — bundled as one commit since the work was already entangled across files. Headline change in this commit (from this session): - Remove the double interview in agent onboarding. Phase B's verification- question form stepper is gone — the Phase C chat (onboarding.intake) now owns the entire interview and reads the composer's verification_questions server-side as its question bank. - ReviewCard collapses from 3 steps to 2 (meet → review-and-confirm) with value-first ordering: profile + "vad jag kan hjälpa dig med" + facts + optional seed note. CTA reads "Möt {namn}" to signal the chat follows. - ChatIntakeStarter handoff subcopy updated to match reality (assistant greets first; user can leave anytime). - Stamp agent_profiles.intake_completed_at server-side in app/api/agent/invoke/route.ts on the first user-typed reply in any onboarding.intake conversation (idempotent IS NULL guard, best-effort). Closes the previously dead-write column and unlocks the opportunistic- follow-up hook the migration anticipated. Plus in-progress branch work being carried forward (not introduced here): agent runtime + intent prompts, composer + atom-discovery scripts, MCP server skills surface, onboarding flow components, dashboard/inbox tweaks, two new agent_atom_registry migrations, additional agent-chat tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(agent): drop inline "Fråga assistenten" affordances — rely on the FAB The bottom-right "Fråga {namn}" FAB (AgentTrigger) is already route-aware and picks the right intent per page, so duplicating it as inline page- header buttons and empty-state links is noise. Removed: - EmptyState `agentHelp` link ("Eller fråga {namn} hur du kommer igång") + the AgentHelpLink component + agent_default_name/agent_ask_link i18n keys + the agentHelp props on EmptyInvoices/EmptyCustomers/EmptyTransactions. - AgentSparkleButton on /bookkeeping (verifikation.draft) and /kpi (kpi.explain) page headers. The FAB stays — when verified, it appears on those routes and routes to the right intent automatically. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): gate the last two ungated "Fråga assistenten" affordances Both surfaces previously called useAgentSheet directly without checking identity.isVerified, so they appeared pre-onboarding (everywhere else the FAB / sparkle buttons / /chat / Assistent nav are all gated on verified_at). - Settings page header: remove the "Fråga {namn}" pill entirely. The FAB covers /settings routes route-aware (settings.help) — no need for a duplicate inline trigger. - Invoice inbox transaction picker: hide the "Fråga assistenten" button when the agent isn't built. Done at the parent (InvoiceInboxWorkspace) by passing onAskAssistant only when identity.isVerified is true; the child renders the button only when the callback is present. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tic, onboarding, agent): single-call TIC lookup + director-aware narrative voice - TIC: collapse the company lookup from 6 endpoint calls to 1 (search-public already exposes sniCodes, bank accounts, emails, phones, and registration flags). Derive fiscal-year MM-DD from mostRecentFinancialSummary; newly-registered companies fall through to the client's first-year defaults. - Onboarding: BankID picker no longer auto-provisions companies. Every pick routes through the wizard with orgnr (and entity_type via the CompanyRoles match) prefilled; F-skatt/VAT/address get confirmed in steps 2-4 instead of being auto-fetched. createCompanyFromOnboarding reuses CompanyLookupResult and adds a defensive top-level catch so server-action errors surface to the UI instead of being redacted. - Agent composer: loadUserDirectorship() checks BankID CompanyRoles for a director-like position (ceo/boardMember/chairman/externalSignatory, active) before the narrative uses second-person ownership voice ("Du driver…"); unknown users get neutral third-person voice so we never put ownership words in the user's mouth. Tests cover loadUserDirectorship, narrative voice, tic-fetch path, onboarding page, and updated TIC client + lookup/profile suites. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): extend agent-onboarding TIC budget to 10s + backfill stranded org_numbers The 5s TIC fetch timeout aborted client-side before the upstream Lens fan-out (~13 calls) could complete, but the in-flight upstream calls still counted against quota — actions.ts already documents ~530 wasted calls from this in May. Same bug still applied to the agent-onboarding stream path. Adds an optional `timeoutMs` to `ensureTicSnapshot` so deliberate wait-screen callers (agent onboarding stream) can run with 10s while background/dev callers stay on the conservative 5s default. Page-level server fetch (page.tsx) intentionally stays at 5s to avoid blocking TTFB without a visible progress affordance. Backfill migration mirrors `company_settings.org_number` to `companies.org_number` for the 105 cases where it's safe (after dedup + conflict filtering). 56 of those are on active companies — unblocks duplicate guards, SIE/SRU exports, and TIC fallback chain. Zero TIC API calls — pure data move. Idempotent. Also sweeps a pre-existing SSRF guard on the stream route's origin derivation that was sitting unstaged in the working tree — it lives in the same diff hunks as the TIC budget change and couldn't be split cleanly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: bundle in-progress branch work Sweep up uncommitted agent/MCP/RLS work-in-progress so the branch is fully backed up to origin. Not reviewed in detail — committed as-is to preserve working state alongside the TIC fixes in the previous commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): tag the "Bygg din bokföringsassistent" CTA as Beta Adds a Beta badge next to the assistant-setup heading on the dashboard banner, dashboard inline card, and onboarding checklist row. Also drops the stale "Gratis i 30 dagar" subline from the dashboard card. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(build, migrations): PendingOperationType salary ops + resolve migration version collisions PR #584 went red on three things: 1. core-only build / Vercel: `lib/pending-operations/commit.ts:2666` switched on 'create_salary_run' and 'generate_agi' but `PendingOperationType` was missing both literals. Add them to the union. 2. Supabase preview: migration version 20260526120000 collided with main's newly-merged 20260526120000_fix_replace_sie_import_hard_delete.sql. Bump the branch's pair to 20260526120050 / 20260526120051 — still ahead of 20260526120100_restvardeavskrivning so ordering is preserved. 3. 20260527170000 was used twice on this branch (_agent_rls_with_check + _journal_entry_no_doc_required). Bump the second to 20260527170100 so the pair stays orderable and Supabase doesn't choke on the duplicate schema_migrations PK. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ci): reword comment so core-only guard stops flagging it The "Check no core imports from extensions" step greps for the literal \`from '@/extensions/\` across lib/, app/api/, components/. A comment in lib/agent/composer/tic-fetch.ts quoted the exact pattern verbatim to explain *why* the file does a self-fetch instead of importing the TIC extension directly — which the grep matched even though no actual import exists. Rewrite the line to keep the same meaning without the literal pattern. Bug/UI wrong display (#573)
* fix(dashboard): exclude credit notes from unpaid invoices widget Credit notes (status='sent', negative total) were summed into the "Att få betalt" widget, producing confusing negative totals like "2 st, -38 625 kr". Filter them out via credited_invoice_id IS NULL, matching the existing pattern in reminder-processor and the AR ledger. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): harden PDF preview and upload validation - JournalEntryAttachments: switch inline PDF preview from <iframe> to <object type="application/pdf">. Mirrors the AttachmentPreviewSheet fix from #572 — Chrome's frame pipeline intermittently surfaced "Det här innehållet har blockerats" on iframes even with permissive CSP. <object> invokes the PDF plugin directly. crbug.com/271452. - /api/documents/:id/inline: resolve Content-Type via file extension when mime_type is null or application/octet-stream. Legacy uploads landed with empty File.type from some drag sources; combined with the new X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff header on this route, Chrome refused to render valid PDFs. Extension fallback covers every legacy row without a DB backfill. - /api/documents POST: surface DB-trigger period-lock errors as a 400 DOC_UPLOAD_PERIOD_LOCKED with a Swedish reason. Previously every catch was bucketed into DOC_UPLOAD_STORAGE_FAILED (500 / "Filen kunde inte sparas") which hid the real cause from users attaching to verifikationer in closed/locked fiscal periods. - document-service: add validateDocumentMagicBytes() that inspects the first bytes for valid PDF/PNG/JPEG/WebP headers (PDF tolerates a leading UTF-8 BOM). Wired into uploadDocument() and createNewVersion() so every upload path is protected — UI, MCP, and future email/webhook ingestion. Defends against agents that send a base64-encoded text placeholder instead of real binary bytes via the gnubok_upload_document MCP tool, which produced tiny (15-561 byte) "PDFs" that failed to render in Chrome and in external viewers. Tests use a minimal valid PDF buffer (%PDF-1.4 … %%EOF). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(arsredovisning): emit ÅRL-required notes and FTE-weighted medelantal Five compliance gaps fixed in the K2 and K3 noter builders: - Anläggningstillgångar roll-forward per ÅRL 5:8 § — per-category IB anskaffningsvärde, tillkommande, avgående, UB and accumulated avskrivningar movement (was only emitting avskrivningstider). - Långfristiga skulder förfallande efter mer än fem år per ÅRL 5:13 §. - Ställda säkerheter and Eventualförpliktelser as separate notes per ÅRL 5:14-15 § (K2 previously combined them). - Koncernförhållanden per BFNAR 2016:10 kap. 19 / BFNAR 2012:1 kap. 8. Replaces medelantal anställda — the old query filtered employees by an is_active column that doesn't exist, so the note never emitted. Now uses an FTE-weighted day-based average per ÅRL 5:20 §. Six disclosure fields persist on arsredovisning_narratives as per-period overrides; the UI extends the existing förvaltningsberättelse editor with a "Lagstadgade upplysningar" subsection sharing the same Spara button — no new pages, no settings changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): respect vat_registered=false and hide personnummer for B2C - PDF address block no longer prints org_number for individual customers (GDPR data minimization; ML 17 kap 24§ requires name + address only). - Wire company_settings.vat_registered through the rule helpers, invoice creation API, preview-pdf API, and the new-invoice form so a non-VAT- registered seller cannot charge VAT (ML 1 kap. 1§). The PDF suppresses the empty "Moms 0%" row and shows a dedicated "Företaget är inte momsregistrerat" notice instead of the ML 3 kap. exempt notice. - Engine unchanged: 'exempt' treatment already routes to 3004/3100 and skips VAT lines. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): remove approval rules from sidebar and routes * fix(invoices): ensure vat_registered defaults to true for invoice previews and API --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/chrome pdf preview csp (#572)
* feat: add option to exclude year-end closing entries in SIE export and related reports * delete docs * fix: allow Chrome's PDF viewer in verifikat document preview The /api/documents/:id/inline route shipped with `object-src 'none'` in its CSP, which blocked Chrome's built-in PDF viewer (it renders inline PDFs via an internal <embed>). Users on Chrome saw "Det här innehållet har blockerats" when expanding a PDF attachment in the bookkeeping view; Firefox (PDF.js) and Edge (own viewer) were unaffected, and JPGs worked because <img> isn't subject to object-src. Drops the CSP for this route to the minimum needed for embeddability: `frame-ancestors 'self'`. X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff plus the fixed Content-Type from the handler already block MIME confusion; X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN + frame-ancestors still block clickjacking. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(auth): add webmail deep link to email confirmation screens Mirrors Stripe's signup UX: after asking the user to verify their email, detect their webmail provider from the domain and show a button that opens the inbox in a new tab. Gmail gets a from:<sender> search pre-populated; Outlook/Yahoo/iCloud/Proton open the inbox directly. Unknown / custom domains fall back to the existing copy. Sender address is configurable via NEXT_PUBLIC_BRANDING_AUTH_EMAIL_FROM (default noreply@gnubok.se) so white-label installs can match their Supabase Auth SMTP config. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): unblock first-time password set for BankID users with MFA Supabase rejects updateUser({password}) and mfa.unenroll with "AAL2 session is required" whenever a TOTP factor is enrolled. BankID magic-link logins produce AAL1, and middleware skips MFA enforcement for bankid_linked users, so they had no path to AAL2 — leaving them unable to set a backup password or disable MFA without going through the email-recovery escape hatch. - /api/account/password: branch on app_metadata.has_password. First-time set writes via service.auth.admin.updateUserById (no existing credential to protect, AAL2 guard does not apply). Change-password keeps the user-session updateUser so AAL2 still fires for credential rotation. - /mfa/verify: accept a safeReturnTo query param and route there after successful verify, so step-up flows can land back where they came from. - SecuritySettings: detect the AAL2 error from both change-password and mfa.unenroll and redirect through /mfa/verify?returnTo=/settings/account instead of toasting a dead-end error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add tests and rounding utility for öre precision in bokslut calculations - Implemented `roundOre` function for rounding SEK amounts to two decimal places, ensuring consistent monetary calculations. - Introduced `ORE_TOLERANCE` constant for comparing rounded amounts, facilitating invariant checks in financial entries. - Created comprehensive tests for `roundOre`, covering typical cases, edge cases, and idempotency. - Added year-end invariants tests to verify database-level guarantees for closing entries, ensuring they balance to the öre and reject discrepancies. - Developed end-to-end tests for the dispositions chain, validating the correctness of calculations across various scenarios. * fix: update PDF rendering to remove Swish QR code generation and set default to disable Swish visibility * fix: enhance security by rejecting data URIs in safeReturnTo function tests * fix: improve rounding logic in roundOre function and add customer_type migration * fix: add customer_type column to customers and enforce CHECK constraint --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(bokslut): Phase 8 — make årsredovisning Bolagsverket-fileable (#511)
* feat(bokslut): Phase 8 — make årsredovisning Bolagsverket-fileable Closes most of the deferred items from PR #509 review. The ÅR PDF is now an honest draft a user can take to Bolagsverket: it includes the fastställe- intyg page ÅRL 8 kap 3 § requires, the K2-mandatory aktiekapital note, and the narrative edits actually survive a refresh. Narrative persistence (replaces the round-1 URL-query-param carry) - New table arsredovisning_narratives (UNIQUE per fiscal_period_id, length caps matching the API schema, RLS + updated_at trigger). - narrative-service.ts: getNarrative / upsertNarrative. - /api/.../arsredovisning/narrative GET + POST. POST does an explicit period-ownership pre-check before the upsert. - buildArsredovisningData loads persisted narrative as override layer (caller-supplied overrides → persisted → boilerplate). - ÅR page replaces the URL-query-param hack with a Spara button + saved indicator. The PDF download URL is plain again — no narrative content in access logs, browser history, or CDN logs. - PDF route stops parsing description/events/disposition query params. Also closes the GDPR Art.25(1) finding the bot flagged in PR #509. Fastställelseintyg PDF page - New 7th page in ArsredovisningPDF after Underskrifter. Carries the ÅRL 8 kap 3 § attestation text + the resultatdisposition + a signature slot. - Without this page Bolagsverket rejects the filing — flagged in the round-2 Swedish review on PR #509. K2 aktiekapital note + framework guard - buildK2Noter now takes entityType. Note 1 only claims K2 when the company is an AB; non-AB gets a generic principles statement so we don't falsely assert a framework. Future K3 election will flip this branch when it lands. - New aktiekapital note (required K2 note for AB per BFNAR 2016:10 ch.18). Reads aktiekapital / antal_aktier / kvotvärde from company_settings; emits a "saknas — komplettera under Inställningar" placeholder when missing. Manual "Mark as signed" PATCH + UI button - New PATCH /signatures/[signatureId] — flips pending → signed (manual / paper flow) or pending → declined. Real BankID wiring is Phase 9 and will use the same markSignatureSigned helper with the BankID callback as the trigger. - ÅR page renders a "Markera som signerad" button on every pending row. Small cleanups all flagged in PR #509 reviews - AccrualProposal.reverses_on type: '' → null. The future accrual-reversal cron will filter `reverses_on IS NOT NULL`; an empty string would silently match. - ArsredovisningData.company.sate → city. The typo carried into the type in earlier phases; renaming now before any external consumer takes a dependency. - signer_name CHECK length 200 at storage layer (matches the API .max(200) added in PR #509 round-2 — GDPR Art.25.2 belt-and-braces). - Soliditet equity filter now has a code comment explaining the K2 vs K3 branch the bot wanted documented for the future K3 migration. Explicit follow-ups (each merits its own focused PR): - Real BankID signing — needs provider choice + polling + QR. Phase 9. - Accrual reversal cron — auto-flip 17xx/29xx accruals on Jan 1 of next FY. - Medelantal anställda proper annual average — needs salary-run aggregation. - Vacation avgifter age-tier split (10.21 % for 67+) — needs upstream vacation-liability report to expose age. - K2 noter expansion (lån till närstående, eventualförpliktelser detail). Verification - 94 unit tests pass (bokslut + MCP subsets) - Zero typecheck errors on any touched file - Zero lint errors on any touched file - Migration 20260517140000 applied to remote Supabase via MCP Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): address PR #511 round-1 — 3 P1s + 3 real concerns 3 P1s from Greptile (all real bugs): - entityType default reintroduced the K2 false-assertion. build-data.ts defaulted `entity_type ?? 'aktiebolag'`, which means every unconfigured company would still claim K2 in Note 1 — exactly the false-assertion the framework guard was added to prevent. Now defaults to 'unknown' and the guard treats that as not-K2. New warning surfaces in the data so the UI can prompt the user to fill in företagsform. - Signatures PATCH ignored the URL fiscal-period id. The route destructured `id` from params but never used it as a filter, so PATCH /periods/A/ signatures/SIG_FROM_B succeeded silently — broken REST contract + IDOR across periods. Rewrote the handler to do a single UPDATE with all four filters: id, company_id, fiscal_period_id, status='pending'. Missing row returns 409 SIGNATURE_INVALID_TRANSITION instead of silent 200. - Signatures state-machine guard was missing. Without status='pending' in the WHERE clause, an already-signed signature could be flipped back to declined (or vice-versa). Now part of the consolidated UPDATE above. 3 real concerns: - Narrative GET lacked ownership pre-check. POST already had it; mirroring on GET so a valid JWT for company A can't probe / enumerate company B's period IDs through the narrative endpoint. - Narrative POST lacked period-lock check. BFL 5 kap 5 § makes räkenskapsinformation immutable after filing — editing the förvaltningsberättelse on a closed/locked period now returns PERIOD_LOCKED. - Aktiekapital placeholder text would land in Bolagsverket-filed PDF body. When aktiekapital fields are missing, the note now omits entirely and a warning surfaces in the ArsredovisningData.warnings array — the UI flags it pre-download with a "Innan inlämning till Bolagsverket" list. Same surface picks up the entityType=unknown and entityType=non-AB warnings. Plus 2 schema improvements from Swedish review: - AGM date persistence. Fastställelseintyg date was a literal "____" blank, defeating the point of a generated PDF. New agm_date column on arsredovisning_narratives + UI date input + PDF now renders the saved date. When missing, the warning surface flags it. - Composite UNIQUE constraint on (company_id, fiscal_period_id) instead of just fiscal_period_id. UUIDs don't collide across tenants in practice but the constraint should match the tenant boundary so a logic error in onConflict resolution can't write to another company's row. Migration 20260517160000 drops the old constraint and adds the composite. Verification - 94 unit tests pass - Zero typecheck errors on any touched file - Zero lint errors on any touched file - Migration 20260517160000 applied to remote Supabase via MCP Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): address PR #511 round-2 — 5 real concerns + BFL/GDPR conflict 5 real concerns from the round-1 bot re-eval: - Narrative SELECT * leaked user_id to the frontend. getNarrative and upsertNarrative now project an explicit NARRATIVE_API_COLUMNS list (id, company_id, fiscal_period_id, narrative fields, agm_date, updated_at). user_id and created_at stay server-side. NarrativeRow type updated to match. Closes Art.25.2 + 2× A.8.3. - agm_date validated only as YYYY-MM-DD regex. '2024-13-99' passed Zod and surfaced as a Postgres 500 instead of a 400. Added a refine() that parses with new Date() and confirms ISO round-trip equality, so invalid calendar dates return a clean structured-error. - agm_date had no range check. ÅRL 8:3 → 7:10 §§ requires the AGM to be held after period end and within 6 months for privat AB; build-data warnings now flag agm_date <= period_end (impossible) and agm_date > period_end + 6 months (deadline). Warning surface in the UI already picks these up from the existing list. - Fastställelseintyg signer label "Styrelseledamot / VD" conflated legally distinct roles per ÅRL 8:3 → 6:6-7 §§ — a VD without board membership cannot sign. Label is now "Styrelseledamot (närvarande vid stämman)" and the body text references the AGM's resolution ("stämmobeslutet") rather than the board's proposal — the AGM votes, and it is the vote that must be certified. - Aktiekapital warning suppressed for entityType='unknown'. The maybeAb branch in buildK2Noter now fires for both 'aktiebolag' and 'unknown' so an unconfigured company that's actually an AB still gets prompted to fill in aktiekapital before filing. Note body stays omitted when fields are missing; only the warning surfaces. BFL × GDPR conflict (new migration 20260517180000): - Both arsredovisning_narratives and arsredovisning_signature_requests had user_id with ON DELETE CASCADE → auth.users. BFL 7 kap 1 § requires räkenskapsinformation to be retained for 7 years; GDPR Art.17 erasure or membership revocation would silently delete filed årsredovisning narrative + BankID signature evidence. BFL wins for filed financial records — user_id is now nullable with ON DELETE SET NULL on both tables. The company FK keeps its CASCADE (company deletion takes its räkenskapsinformation with it; that's a separate workflow). Deliberately not chasing on this round: - ISO A.8.12 historical PDF query-param logs — process item for the risk register, not code (the leak path is closed in this PR's first commit). - "Collapse the two narrative migrations" — both already shipped to remote and merged; the interim window is in the past. - "user_id on row vs separate audit log" — architectural debate; tracked but out of scope for this PR. - Multi-signer fastställelseintyg + DB-level period-lock trigger — bigger scope, each merits a focused follow-up. Verification - 89 unit tests pass - Zero typecheck errors on any touched file - Zero lint errors on any touched file - Migration 20260517180000 applied to remote Supabase via MCP Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(bokslut): Phases 4-7 — accruals + årsredovisning + EF + MCP tools (#509)
* feat(bokslut): Phases 4-7 — accruals + årsredovisning + EF + MCP tools Builds on the Phase 1-3 PR (#508). Same K2-AB scope decisions hold (iXBRL deferred, K3 deferred, koncernredovisning out of scope) — what ships: PHASE 4 — Periodiseringar - lib/bokslut/accruals/accrual-detector.ts: auto-proposes the vacation- liability change (delta on 2920 against 7090 + 31,42 % avgifter on 7519/2940) by reading lib/reports/vacation-liability.ts. Manual prepaid (17xx) / accrued (29xx) / audit-fee builders for entries the heuristic can't derive — supplier-invoice service_period detection is deferred until the data model grows the field. - /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id]/accruals (GET + POST) — posts each accrual as a separate manual-source journal entry with the next-day reverse date embedded in the description. - New AccrualsStep wizard step between Preflight and Dispositions. - Auto-reversal cron is follow-up infra; for now reverses_on is metadata + a visible UI badge. PHASE 5 — Årsredovisning PDF + signing - lib/bokslut/arsredovisning/{types,build-data,arsredovisning-pdf,signature -service}: pre-fills flerårsöversikt from prior 3 fiscal periods, eget- kapital-förändring from journal data, K2-minimum noter with avskrivningstider auto-derived from the asset register and medelantal anställda from the employees table. PDF via @react-pdf/renderer mirroring the income-statement/pdf pattern. - Migration 20260516170000: arsredovisning_signature_requests with RLS, signed-immutability trigger, and DELETE policy that blocks signed rows. Signature-service exposes list/create/markSigned/isFullySignedOff. - BankID call itself is not wired here — the table + service make the request layer available so a follow-up can hook lib/auth/bankid.ts to the sign action without rework. - /api/.../arsredovisning (data + pdf + signatures) endpoints. - /bookkeeping/year-end/arsredovisning page with editable narrative, flerårsöversikt table, signer slots, PDF download, and Bolagsverket Mina Sidor link. Explicit warning about the FY2026 iXBRL mandate. PHASE 6 — Enskild firma NE-bilaga UI - lib/bokslut/enskild-firma/{egenavgifter,rantefordelning,periodiseringsfond -ef,expansionsfond}-calculator.ts. All declaration-only — never produce a journal entry. Egenavgifter 28,97 % / pensionärssats 10,21 % / passive SLP 24,26 %, schablonavdrag 25/10/20 %. Räntefördelning SLR+6 / SLR+1 with the -500 000 negative threshold. P-fond EF cap 30 % (vs 25 % för AB). Expansionsfond 125,94 % av kapitalunderlag, 20,6 % skatt. - EfDeclarationSection mounted inside DispositionsStep when entity_type is enskild_firma — live recompute as the user adjusts kapitalunderlag, prior-year amounts, p-fond desired, expansionsfond change. Each card shows the NE-bilaga ruta the number lands in. NE-bilaga preview link. PHASE 7 — Agent-native MCP tools - gnubok_propose_dispositioner: read-only AB dispositions proposal - gnubok_propose_accruals: read-only accruals proposal - gnubok_propose_annual_depreciation: read-only depreciation per asset - gnubok_post_annual_depreciation: stages depreciation commit (high-risk) - gnubok_preview_arsredovisning: structured K2 ÅR preview - gnubok_preview_ef_declaration: EF skattemässiga justeringar preview - All ≤280-char descriptions, additionalProperties:false, conform to STAGED_OPERATION_SCHEMA for write tools. Read tools return the same shapes as their HTTP counterparts so agents and the UI share a contract. - The existing GET /bokslutsdispositioner endpoint now calls the shared buildDispositionsProposal helper that the MCP tool also uses, removing the duplicate logic that lived in both. Verification - 149 unit tests pass (was 125 on Phase 1-3; +24 across accruals, EF calculators, expansionsfond, periodiseringsfond-ef) - Zero lint or typecheck errors on any new file - Migration 20260516170000 applied to remote Supabase via MCP Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): address PR #509 round-1 — CI blocker + 3 P1s + compliance bundle CI BLOCKER (output-schema test) - The 5 new read-only MCP tools (gnubok_propose_dispositioner / _accruals / _annual_depreciation, _preview_arsredovisning / _ef_declaration) were missing outputSchema, which the existing strict-schemas guard reads as a hard failure on core-only CI. Added a permissive { type: 'object', additionalProperties: true } outputSchema to each — the return shapes are the same as their HTTP counterparts and trying to mirror them inline would duplicate the type tree across two boundaries. P1 — vacation accrual: two real bugs in one entry - Delta was anchored on the OPENING balance of 2920, so any mid-year postings (partial accruals, reversals) were ignored. Now anchors on the current closing balance via tb.rows.find(2920).closing_credit - closing_debit. Updated the computation field label to current_2920. - More importantly: 2920 is a balance-sheet carry-forward (semesterlöneskuld persists until the actual vacation is paid). The original implementation set reverses_on to Jan 1 of the next year, which would zero the liability on day 1 of the new year — a known Swedish bookkeeping error. The vacation proposal now ships with reverses_on = '' to suppress the reversal badge, the API route emits a "Bokslutsjustering" description instead of "Periodisering (vänds …)", and AccrualsStep renders "Rullas vidare (ingen vändning)" so the user knows the liability carries forward. P1 — signature_requests immutability gap (security) - The existing trigger only guarded role / signer_name / signed_at / status on signed rows, leaving bankid_signature_data, signer_personnummer_encrypted, and signer_personnummer_hash mutable. An UPDATE on a signed row could silently alter the BankID proof. New migration 20260517090000 replaces the trigger function to cover the full audit-critical column set (plus fiscal_period_id and company_id as belt-and-braces). P1 — narrative edits never reached the PDF - The /bookkeeping/year-end/arsredovisning page let the user edit description / important_events / resultatdisposition but the download link pointed at a plain GET that regenerated boilerplate. Wired the PDF endpoint to accept description / events / disposition as query params (length-capped) and the page now constructs the download URL with the current narrative state — only fields the user actually changed are included, keeping the URL short for the unchanged-defaults case. Compliance quick wins - Added period_lock check to gnubok_post_annual_depreciation MCP tool (matches the existing accruals POST guard). - Added explicit fiscal-period ownership pre-check to the signatures POST route (RLS would reject anyway; the route layer just makes the 404 envelope cleaner). - Replaced free-text role on the signatures schema with an enum allowing only Styrelseledamot / Styrelseordförande / VD / Verkställande direktör. - Added Cache-Control: no-store + Pragma: no-cache to the ÅR PDF response so the document (officer names + financials = personal data) isn't cached by any intermediary. - Sanitized period_end in the PDF Content-Disposition header to dodge header-injection via stray chars (defensive — period_end is a date, but the cost is one regex). - Softened the iXBRL warning text on the ÅR page: digital filing is proposed by Bolagsverket but not yet enacted; PDF is still valid today. False positives I'm intentionally not chasing on this round - Greptile P2 `sate` typo in the address city field — the rename would touch the type and every consumer; defer. - Greptile P2 "computation field label" — already addressed as part of the P1 vacation fix above. - Compliance V2.2 "silent skip" in accruals POST — the silent skip is in the UI's empty-row filter, not in the server route. Server validation already returns 400 via Zod for any invalid item. Verification - 154 unit tests pass (was 149; +5 from re-running the MCP strict-schemas + output-schema suites that now include the new tools) - Zero typecheck errors on any touched file - Zero lint errors on any touched file - Migration 20260517090000 applied to remote Supabase via MCP Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): address PR #509 round-2 — 3 real bugs + 5-item polish 3 real bugs from the round-1 Swedish review + Compliance Swarm re-eval: - Soliditet inflated by obeskattade reserver. build-data.ts filtered equity with startsWith('20') || startsWith('21') — but 21xx (periodiseringsfonder, överavskrivningar) are partially deferred tax, not eget kapital. Splitting them out per K2 / ÅRL. Filter is now startsWith('20') only. - Resultaträkning omitted bokslutsdispositioner + skatt rows. K2 RR must include 88xx (dispositioner) and 89xx (skatt) before "Årets resultat" per ÅRL 3:2 — without them, the printed RR doesn't reconcile to BS 2099 and the document is non-compliant for any AB that posted bolagsskatt or periodiseringsfond. flattenIncomeStatement now splits the financial sections on title (Bokslutsdispositioner / Skatter och årets resultat) and emits the K2-required intermediate subtotals: "Resultat efter finansiella poster" → dispositioner → "Resultat före skatt" → skatt → "Årets resultat". - Accruals POST had no idempotency. Re-running the wizard (or a retried POST after a flaky network) would create duplicate accrual entries that distort both the balance sheet and trial balance. New findExistingAccrualEntry helper queries the period for an existing posted entry whose description matches the kind's stable prefix (or for manual prepaid/accrued, the user-supplied description). Duplicates land in a new `skipped` array in the response with a reference to the existing entry id, rather than producing a second posting. 5-item compliance polish: - signer_name on the signatures schema now has .max(200) per GDPR Art.25.2 data-minimization. Swedish personal names are well under that — the bound is a defense against an unbounded-string injection. - Audit-fee accrual: 6420 is BAS-specific to lagstadgad revision. Bokslut fees for a non-revisionspliktigt bolag (liability_account = 2991) now debit 6590 (övriga externa tjänster) instead — Skatteverket may query a 6420 debit when there is no revisor i bolaget. - Räntefördelning ne_ruta label: was 'R30 / INK1 kapital' (confusing — INK1 is a separate form). Positive now reads 'R30 (avdrag i näringsverksamhet)' with the INK1 T4 cross-reference moved to the description; negative reads 'R30 (tillägg till resultat)'. - gnubok_post_annual_depreciation MCP tool now checks the caller's company_members role and throws on viewer. RLS would reject the underlying INSERT anyway; failing fast here produces a cleaner error than the cascaded RLS rejection. Mirrors the HTTP route's { requireWrite: true } guard. - Signature DELETE policy now blocks both 'signed' AND 'declined' rows. A declined signature is auditable evidence (board member refused) and is material under ABL 8 kap. New migration 20260517100000. Bot-flagged items I'm deliberately not chasing on this round: - V8.2.1 × 2 cross-tenant findings on ÅR routes — same false-positive class I've responded to repeatedly: buildArsredovisningData internally filters by company_id, bot can't see past the route handler. - V4.5 / V2.2 MCP arg Zod redundancy — MCP server's central handler validates against each tool's inputSchema. - Narrative-in-URL GDPR concerns — proper fix is POST + body or server-side persistence; tracked as follow-up. - `sate` typo (Greptile P2) — type-wide rename, deferred. - Vacation avgifter age-tier rate split — inherited from upstream generateVacationLiability which doesn't expose age; needs upstream work. - Medelantal anställda proper monthly average — needs salary-run aggregation across the year, follow-up. - K2 noter aktiekapital + fastställelseintyg blocks — real K2 gaps, tracked as follow-up. Verification - 94 tests pass (subset for bokslut + MCP suites; full Phase 1-7 suite unchanged in scope) - Zero typecheck errors on any touched file - Zero new lint errors on any touched file (the 2 server.ts warnings are pre-existing) - Migration 20260517100000 applied to remote Supabase via MCP Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(bokslut): year-end wizard with bokslutsdispositioner + asset register (#508)
* feat(bokslut): year-end wizard with bokslutsdispositioner + asset register
Ships the first user-visible bokslut surface for K2 aktiebolag. The year-end
engine, INK2/INK2R/INK2S generator, and reconciliation reports already existed
in lib/core/bookkeeping/ and lib/reports/; this work wires them into a real
multi-step UI, adds the missing dispositioner calculators (bolagsskatt,
periodiseringsfond, överavskrivningar, SLP), and introduces a fixed-asset
register that feeds planenliga avskrivningar into the same flow.
PHASE 1 — Wizard around the existing year-end engine
- Replaces the "Kommer snart" stub at /bookkeeping/year-end with a 4-step
wizard (Kontroll → Dispositioner → Förhandsgranska → Verkställ) plus a
Klart result view
- New aggregator lib/bokslut/readiness-aggregator.ts composes
validateYearEndReadiness with bank-reconciliation status and entity-typed
reminders into one fetch backing the preflight step
- New endpoint GET /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id]/bokslut-readiness
PHASE 2 — Bokslutsdispositioner calculators
- lib/bokslut/tax-provision/{bolagsskatt,sarskild-loneskatt}-calculator.ts —
20.6 % on taxable result → 8910/2512 (with non-deductible / non-taxable
manual adjustments and schablonintäkt pass-through) and 24.26 % SLP on
posted pension costs → 7533/2514
- lib/bokslut/reserves/periodiseringsfond-service.ts — proposeAvsattning
(25 % cap, BAS 212X cohort accounts) + proposeAteforing (FIFO 6-year
mandatory reversal with schablonintäkt computation) + balance lookup
- lib/bokslut/reserves/overavskrivningar-service.ts — 30-rule + 20-rule
helpers + proposeOveravskrivningar (8853/2153)
- New endpoint /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id]/bokslutsdispositioner
(GET ordered proposals, POST commits user-chosen ones as separate
year_end vouchers via the journal engine)
- New DispositionsStep UI: per-card accept/skip + editable amount where
meaningful; mandatory p-fond reversals can't be skipped
- INK2 bug fix: ink2-engine.ts SRU mapping ranges previously pointed at
accounts BAS doesn't seed (8810/8830/8840). Corrected to 8811 (avsättning),
8819 (återföring), 8830 (lämnade koncernbidrag) so calculator output now
flows into INK2 correctly. Regression-locked with 6 new mapping tests.
PHASE 3 — Anläggningsregister + depreciation engine
- New migration 20260516120000_assets_and_depreciation.sql: assets table
(category, BAS-triple, K3 components JSONB reserved) and
depreciation_schedules (asset+period+journal_entry link). RLS via
user_company_ids(), immutability triggers after disposal/posting.
- lib/bokslut/assets/asset-service.ts — CRUD + disposal that posts a proper
gain/loss entry against 3973/7973
- lib/bokslut/assets/depreciation-engine.ts — computeAnnualDepreciation
(linear, pro-rata at acquisition/disposal/end-of-life) +
proposeAnnualPostings + commitAnnualPostings (one entry per asset)
- New endpoints /api/assets (CRUD + dispose) and
/api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id]/depreciation (preview + commit)
- /assets list+create page with K2 schablon defaults (3y datorer,
5y inventarier, 25y byggnader); sidebar entry added
- DepreciationPanel mounted at the top of DispositionsStep; posting
refreshes dispositions so bolagsskatt picks up the new result
Out of scope (per the agreed plan): K3 framework, iXBRL filing to
Bolagsverket (manual export only for now — regulatory risk flagged for
FY2026 closings), inventory module, koncernredovisning, revisor workflow.
Verification
- 116 unit tests pass across lib/bokslut/, lib/reports/ink2/, and the
existing lib/core/bookkeeping/year-end-service suite
- Zero lint or typecheck errors in any new file
- Migration applied successfully via Supabase MCP

* fix(bokslut): address PR #508 review — P1 correctness + P2 conventions
P1 — stale reminders in readiness-aggregator (greptile)
Remove the depreciation_manual / bolagsskatt_manual / periodiseringsfond_manual
nudges. After Phase 3, the wizard handles all three automatically via
DepreciationPanel and the dispositioner calculators — surfacing them as
manual reminders told users to repeat work the page already did. Only the
accruals_manual reminder (Phase 4 hasn't shipped) and the EF-only
ef_skatt_via_ne reminder remain.
P1 — netBookValueAfter ignored prior accumulated depreciation
proposeAnnualPostings now fetches all prior posted depreciation_schedules
for the company (excluding the current period) and sums them per asset, so
the displayed restvärde reflects every previously-booked year of avskrivning
instead of only this year. Without the fix, a 5-year asset in year 3 would
have shown 48 000 instead of the correct 24 000 net book value.
P1 — ordering bug in dispositioner POST handler
The 25 % p-fond avsättning cap derives from the current trial balance, so
mandatory återföring entries must post first. Added a server-side sort by
canonical bokslut order (återföring → överavskrivningar → avsättning → SLP
→ bolagsskatt) regardless of the client array order. The cap can no longer
be evaluated against a stale pre-återföring net result.
P2 — depreciation_schedules missing updated_at
New migration 20260516140000_depreciation_schedules_updated_at.sql adds the
column + trigger via update_updated_at_column(). Per CLAUDE.md migration
conventions, never modified the original migration. DepreciationSchedule
type updated.
P2 — addMonths end-of-month overflow
Replaced setUTCMonth (which overflows: Jan 31 + 1 month → Mar 3) with a
day-clamping implementation that produces Feb 28/29. Without the fix,
lifeEndExclusive landed one day too late and slightly over-depreciated.
New regression test asserts Jan 31 + 12 months stays in January.
P2 — pg-real tests for new triggers and RLS
tests/pg/assets.pg.test.ts (13 tests) covers:
- enforce_asset_post_disposal_immutability blocks every financial field
after disposal, allows notes/name through
- assets_disposal_atomic CHECK requires both disposed columns set together
- enforce_depreciation_schedule_immutability blocks edits after
journal_entry_id is linked, allows them before
- depreciation_schedules delete RLS policy filters out posted rows
- assets + depreciation_schedules RLS isolates across companies
Verification
- 117 unit tests pass (was 116, +1 for the addMonths regression)
- New pg-real suite syntactically + type-correct; will execute in CI
- Zero lint or typecheck errors in any touched file
- Migration 20260516140000 applied to remote Supabase via MCP

* fix(bokslut): address compliance-swarm + swedish-review findings
Real bugs surfaced by the bots on the first push that weren't covered by
greptile's inline P1/P2 set:
- Immaterial asset disposal hit the wrong BAS accounts. disposeAsset always
posted gain/loss to 3973/7973 regardless of category. For category
'immaterial' it must use 3013 (vinst) / 7813 (förlust) per BAS — using the
tangible accounts misclassifies in INK2R. Now branches on category. Two
new regression tests pin each branch.
- acquisition_cost CHECK was too loose. CreateAssetSchema accepted 0 (just
nonnegative). Tightened to z.number().positive() — a zero-cost asset
creates a no-op depreciation row and a balance sheet line that nothing
reconciles against.
- UpdateAssetSchema let users remap BAS accounts arbitrarily. Bot flagged
this as a defense-in-depth gap (V4.5). Added BAS_RANGES_BY_CATEGORY
validation at both the schema layer (Create) and the service layer
(Update) so user-supplied account overrides must stay inside the
category's expected BAS range. INK2R mappings and the depreciation
engine's category-driven defaults now can't drift.
Swedish accounting review:
- Building/markanläggning defaults — clarified UI copy. The 25-year
schablon is K2-redovisning, not the IL skattemässig rate. New helper text
spells this out. Markanläggning default lowered from 20→10 years
(Skatteverket guidance allows 10 % rate; 20 was on the upper bound
without justification).
- createAsset doesn't post the acquisition entry by design — that gap
wasn't called out anywhere in the UI. Added a tip box in
CreateAssetDialog explaining that the acquisition must already be in the
books; the register only drives depreciation.
- Disposal VAT (ML 3:3 / 7:3) not handled — sale of a deduct-eligible
anläggningstillgång is in principle 25 % momspliktig. Documented this as
a known limitation in the disposeAsset docstring so any future UI
surfacing the disposal endpoint warns the user.
Documented (not fixed yet) — bot was right but wider-scope work:
- SOC 2 PI1.3: dispositioner POST loop is not transactional. A failure
midway leaves partial postings. Added a code comment explaining the
recovery path (re-POST omitting committed kinds — each calculator
re-derives from current TB). Real atomicity via an RPC wrapper is Phase
5+ work.
False positives intentionally not changed:
- 4× OWASP V8.2.1 cross-tenant findings — service functions already filter
by company_id; the bot can't see past the route handler.
- V2.3 client-supplied amount clamping — proposeAvsattning and
proposeAteforing both clamp via Math.min already.
- A.8.15 audit events — withRouteContext already logs completion.
- Schablonintäkt journal entry — per IL 30:6a it's a skattemässig
justering, never booked. Current implementation is correct.
- Voucher series 'A' — matches existing executeYearEndClosing convention;
not changing here in isolation.
Verification
- 119 tests pass (was 117, +2 for the immaterial-disposal branches)
- Zero lint or typecheck errors on any touched file

* fix(bokslut): address compliance round 4 — BAS account overlap + method gate
Two real bugs the compliance bot caught after my round-3 fixes (both new on
its re-run, not in the original report):
- BAS account overlap not prevented: my BAS_RANGES_BY_CATEGORY uses the same
class range for asset and accumulated (e.g. immaterial: both 1010–1099,
building: both 1100–1199). Nothing stopped a user from picking the same
account for both, which would silently net acquisition cost against
accumulated depreciation in one bucket and corrupt INK2R 720x mappings.
CreateAssetSchema now rejects bas_asset_account === bas_accumulated_account
in a superRefine cross-field check; updateAsset enforces the same invariant
by reading the existing asset and validating the merged result.
- declining-balance methods silently fell back to linear. The DB enum allowed
declining_balance_30 / declining_balance_20, but the engine's
computeAnnualDepreciation only implements linear math. A determined caller
(MCP, curl, future UI) could create an asset labelled as räkenskapsenlig
avskrivning and get linear charges — silently wrong numbers under a
misleading method. Both CreateAssetSchema and UpdateAssetSchema now refine
the depreciation_method enum to require 'linear'. The DB enum stays open
for a future phase to add proper support. Stale comment in
depreciation-engine.ts updated to reflect the new invariant.
False positives I'm explicitly not chasing further on this round:
- 3× repeated OWASP V8.2.1 cross-tenant — services already filter by
company_id; bot can't see past the route handler. Round 3 already added
service-layer tests and inline reasoning.
- V2.3 atomicity upgrade to high — bot now flags it harder *because* I
documented it in round 3. The existing executeYearEndClosing has the same
non-transactional sequential-write pattern; wrapping just this endpoint
in an RPC while leaving the rest inconsistent is worse than the doc
comment. Real atomicity is Phase 5+.
- Disposal VAT user-facing warning — no UI surfaces dispose yet; docstring
in the service is sufficient until the UI ships.
Verification
- 119 tests pass
- Zero lint or typecheck errors on any touched file
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(bokslut): address compliance round 5 — disposal integrity + öavskr accounts
Round-5 bot feedback after my round-4 push (the sticky reports re-edited
themselves with two new genuine findings; bot count: 18 → 14 active).
P1 — accumulated_depreciation was client-supplied (OWASP V8.2.1, swedish
compliance review): the dispose endpoint accepted accumulated_depreciation
as a request-body number. A malicious or buggy caller could inflate it to
manipulate the book-value calculation and pocket a phantom gain. Now:
- DisposeAssetSchema no longer accepts accumulated_depreciation
- disposeAsset sums planned_depreciation from depreciation_schedules where
journal_entry_id IS NOT NULL for the asset, server-side
- New regression test "server-derives accumulated_depreciation — caller
cannot inflate gain" pins the server-derivation against the prior attack
- Limitation: manual avskrivningsverifikationer posted outside the engine
aren't captured. Phase 5+ can swap this for a trial-balance scan on
bas_accumulated_account if that gap matters.
P2 — överavskrivningar hardcoded 8853/2153 regardless of asset category
(swedish-asset-accounting): for buildings BAS uses 8852/2152 and for
immateriella tillgångar 8851/2151. Edge case for K2 SME (öavskr on
buildings is rare; on immateriella rarer still) but worth not lying about
the accounts. Now:
- New OVERAVSKRIVNING_ACCOUNTS table maps category → expense/accumulated
pair (machinery_equipment, building, immaterial, group)
- proposeOveravskrivningar accepts optional category, defaults to
machinery_equipment (the dominant K2 case — no behaviour change for
existing callers)
- POST handler item schema accepts optional category
- Label + description strings now name the actual accounts used
- 3 new tests cover the building, immaterial, and default branches
False positives I'm still declining to chase (already covered in prior
commit messages):
- 3× repeated OWASP V8.2.1 cross-tenant — services scope by company_id;
bot can't see past route handler
- V2.3 atomicity — existing executeYearEndClosing has the same pattern;
wrapping just this endpoint is inconsistent; real fix is Phase 5+ RPC
- Disposal VAT user-facing warning — no UI surfaces dispose yet
Verification
- 123 tests pass (was 119, +3 for öavskr category branches and +1 for the
server-derivation regression test, with one prior test rewritten to use
the new server-supplied accumulated path)
- Zero lint or typecheck errors on any touched file
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(bokslut): pre-merge polish — building disposal accounts, SLR-2026 rate
Last polish round before merge. All three from the round-5 sticky
Swedish-accounting-review update:
- Building / markanläggning disposal posted gain/loss to 3973/7973. BAS
2026 routes those to 3971/7971 (the SRU mapping points them at a
different INK2R field, so the existing accounts misclassify). Extended
the existing immaterial branch (3013/7813) into a three-way:
immaterial → 3013 / 7813
building / land_imprv → 3971 / 7971
other tangible → 3973 / 7973
Two new regression tests pin the building and land_improvement branches.
- DEFAULT_SCHABLONINTAKT_RATE was 0.03, based on SLR 2024-11-30 (1.96 %).
For closings of inkomstår 2026 the rate is SLR 2025-11-30 (2.55 %) + 1 pe
= 3.55 %. The wrong rate under-taxes the schablonintäkt, which feeds into
bolagsskatt. Updated to 0.0355 and rewrote the doc comment to track both
years so the next bump is obvious.
- Jämkning of input VAT for buildings / markanläggning disposed within the
10-year jämkningsperiod (ML 9 kap 8–11 §§) is out of scope for this PR
but should not be silently absent — added a KNOWN LIMITATION block to the
disposeAsset docstring so any future UI surfacing disposal checks the
10-year window and warns the user.
After this push the PR has 125 passing tests, all CI green, no merge
conflicts, and the only remaining bot complaints are repeat false
positives or Phase 5+ scope (RPC atomicity, full asset disposal UI,
K3 component depreciation).

fix(currency): transaction-date FX rate + mall bookings in SEK (#442) (#483)
* fix(currency): use transaction-date FX rate and post mall bookings in SEK (#442) Three related defects in non-SEK transaction handling: 1. Ingest priced every transaction in a batch at today's rate because fetchMultipleRates() was called without a date. Switch to a per- (currency, date) fetch via fetchExchangeRate() + Promise.allSettled, so each row stores Riksbanken's rate as of its own transaction date. 2. buildMappingResultFromTemplate emitted VAT/reverse-charge/output-VAT lines from Math.abs(transaction.amount) — the source-currency amount. Mall bookings on USD/EUR transactions therefore posted the journal entry in the wrong currency. Resolve to SEK once via resolveSekAmount() and reuse for every line, matching what createTransactionJournalEntry already does for the settlement line. 3. The Granska bokföring modal and the journal-entry detail page lacked a clear audit trail. The verifikation preview now renders in SEK with a separate original-currency subtitle in the header; the detail page gains a dedicated "Valutaomräkning" card above Kontorader showing the rate and original total. Also: replace truncate with break-all on the modal description so long UUID-style strings (e.g. BALANCE_CASHBACK-…) wrap instead of forcing horizontal overscroll. Tests: 4 new booking-templates cases (USD 25%, EUR fallback via exchange_rate, EU reverse-charge on USD, output VAT on USD income) and 2 new ingest cases (per-pair fetch dedup; no fetch for SEK rows). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(currency): wire SEK conversion into SwipeCategorizationView (#442 follow-up) Address Greptile review: - SwipeCategorizationView rendered JournalEntryPreview without amountSek, so the swipe flow had the same defect QuickReviewDialog had — a USD transaction showed the verifikation in source currency labeled SEK. Now resolves SEK once via resolveSekAmount, passes it to the preview, and shows SEK as the headline with the original-currency subtitle (parallel to QuickReviewDialog). - Drop the now-dead `currency` prop from JournalEntryPreviewProps and its remaining call site in QuickReviewDialog — the component hardcodes 'SEK' on display, so the prop was misleading. - Correct the misleading inline comment in ingest.ts: network failures resolve inside fetchExchangeRate to getFallbackRate() (non-null), so the key only stays unset on empty-observation responses or outright rejections. Bug/accounting ps eu (#474)
* feat(api): implement commit functionality for journal entries * fix(extensions): make ExtensionSettings.clear() a real delete so disconnect flows work The 2026-03-30 multi-tenant refactor dropped all RLS policies on extension_data and recreated only SELECT/INSERT/UPDATE. Combined with `value jsonb NOT NULL`, every extension that called `settings.set(key, null)` to clear stored state (cloud-backup disconnect, skatteverket OAuth/AGI cleanup, arcim-migration consent reset) silently failed — the upsert hit the NOT NULL constraint and the error was swallowed, leaving users stuck with stale connection rows. Adds an `extension_data_delete` RLS policy, a `clear(key)` method backed by a real DELETE, switches the four affected handlers, and makes `set()` throw on Supabase error so this class of silent failure can't recur. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(journal-entries): add draft saving functionality to journal entry form * feat: add periodisk sammanställning report generation and CSV export - Implemented period date helpers in `period-dates.ts` for calculating start and end dates based on period type (monthly, quarterly, yearly). - Created `periodisk-sammanstallning.ts` to generate the periodisk sammanställning report, including data fetching, validation, and warning handling. - Developed CSV serializer in `periodisk-sammanstallning-csv.ts` for exporting the report in SKV574008 format. - Added new columns to `company_settings` for storing periodisk sammanställning settings and tax contact information via migration. - Introduced a new migration to add a `paid_with_private_funds` flag to `supplier_invoices` for tracking out-of-pocket expenses. - Updated journal entries to include the new source type for privately paid supplier invoices. * feat(migrations): add paid_with_private_funds flag to supplier_invoices and expand journal_entries.source_type CHECK * fix(ai_requests): drop existing policies and trigger before creating new ones * fix(migrations): ensure extension_data has a proper DELETE policy for ExtensionSettings.clear() * fix(supplier-invoices): update error handling for invalid input in POST request * fix: correct capitalization in project title * fix(migrations): resolve duplicate version 20260513120000 Two migrations shared the same timestamp prefix, causing schema_migrations_pkey collision on Supabase preview branches. refactor(ui): app-wide UI/UX consistency pass (#436)
* refactor(ui): app-wide UI/UX consistency pass
Net: +1,159 / −1,373 LOC across 77 files. No new features, no behavior
changes. Locks in a uniform design system across every dashboard surface.
What changed:
- **Foundation**: sidebar width 232→256px (md:w-64), spacing scale locked
(Tailwind 1/2/3/4/6/8/10/12; 2.5/5 forbidden), card padding p-6 default
(p-4 for compact metric cards), space-y-8 between page sections.
- **Tables unified**: all 33 thead blocks now share the Resultatrapport
pattern via shadcn Table primitive (text-[11px] font-medium uppercase
tracking-wider text-muted-foreground). Hand-rolled <table> instances
converted where they were data tables; form/edit grids kept distinct.
- **Status badges unified**: every status indicator routes through
shadcn <Badge variant>. Eliminated raw Tailwind colors
(bg-amber-100, bg-emerald-500/10, bg-blue-100, bg-purple-100, etc.)
in favor of the gnubok semantic palette (success=sage, warning=ochre,
destructive=terracotta).
- **Empty states unified**: list pages migrated from hand-rolled
"flex flex-col items-center py-12" divs to the EmptyState primitive.
- **Loading skeletons unified**: hand-rolled bg-muted rounded animate-pulse
divs replaced with shadcn <Skeleton> across 15 files.
- **Touch targets**: 6 back-buttons + edit-pencil + inbox delete bumped
from 24/32/36px to shadcn's 40px icon default. Added aria-labels on
9 icon-only navigation buttons.
- **Date formatting**: formatDate() for accounting data (ISO yyyy-MM-dd,
table-friendly) vs formatDateLong() for metadata (Swedish long form).
Raw {x.invoice_date} renderings routed through formatDate() in 18 sites.
- **Toast titles**: eliminated 33 generic "Fel" titles. Each toast title
now carries the action ("Kunde inte skapa lönekörning" etc.) with
description carrying the error detail.
- **Page-level cleanups**:
- Dashboard: dropped greeting hero + Snabbåtgärder/Att hantera nav
duplicates + Visa detaljer collapsible.
- Reports: 5-col mega-menu replaced with left-rail layout
(new ReportsNav component).
- Bookkeeping: fixed layout jump between Verifikationer/Ny verifikation
tabs (moved FiscalYearSelector inside journal tab).
- Bookkeeping: added voucher sort (A1 first / latest first) alongside
existing date sort. Required matching API param sort_by.
- KPI page: FiscalYearSelector instead of raw <select>; InfoTooltip
instead of inline info-button toggle; bigger numbers.
- Salary section: enum values translated to Swedish labels, mobile
table collapses to Anställd+Netto on <md, KPI typography aligned
with dashboard.
- Invoice forms: styled RequiredMark + aria-required, tabular-nums
on amount inputs.
- **CLAUDE.md**: new "Design System Tokens" subsection documents the
locked spacing scale, primitives table, typography rules, date helpers,
and forbidden patterns so future contributors don't drift.
Tests: 2,906 passing (unchanged). Lint: unchanged from main baseline.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix: address PR review feedback (Greptile + compliance bot)
- **formatDate / formatDateLong timezone fix**: switch from new Date() to
parseISO. Bare yyyy-MM-dd strings are now parsed as local midnight rather
than UTC midnight, eliminating the off-by-one display in west-of-UTC
timezones flagged by Greptile.
- **DashboardContentProps cleanup**: removed unused firstName and settings
fields from the interface, and the corresponding fetch (profiles table)
+ computation in app/(dashboard)/page.tsx. The greeting was dropped in
the dashboard cleanup; these props were dead weight.
- **Voucher sort behavior documented**: extended the comment in the journal
entries API route to explain why voucher sort intentionally uses strict
fiscal_period_id filtering (BFL 5 kap 6–7 §§ — voucher numbers are
series-scoped within a fiscal year). The row-count delta between date
sort and voucher sort is now a documented design choice.
- **delete_last_voucher migration + draft-delete test included**: the UI
already shipped the "Radera utkast" path in the previous commit; this
pulls in the backing RPC migration that allows draft deletes (with the
full safety logic — drafts skip series/period checks since they have
voucher_number=0, posted entries go through the existing unchanged
path). This was originally meant for a separate PR but the UI shipped
half the feature without it.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* chore(migration): rename to match applied version
The function delete_last_voucher is already applied to the production DB
under version 20260509103736 (verified via pg_get_functiondef — exact
byte-for-byte match to file content). The previous file timestamp
20260509120000 would cause a fresh `supabase db push` to attempt re-applying
under a different version row. Renaming the file aligns local tracking
with what the database actually has.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix: address compliance bot findings (payroll label + VAT visibility)
- sick_karens label: drop "(första sjukdagen)" qualifier. Per sjuklönelagen
6 §, karensavdrag is a single calculated amount (20% of one week's
sjuklön) deducted from the first sick day's pay — not bounded to the
first day. The qualifier could mislead users when the first sick day
and return-to-work span a weekend. Swedish-payroll bot recommendation.
- Omvänd skattskyldighet badge: variant outline → warning. The reverse-
charge indicator is compliance-critical (ML 16 kap) — missing it leads
to incorrect input VAT deduction. Outline was too subtle; warning's
ochre fill matches its semantic weight.

Logs/improved logging (#398)
* feat(mcp): add create_transactions tool with /pending approval gate New MCP tool gnubok_create_transactions stages 1–10 transactions per call as pending_operations of type create_transaction (risk: medium). Each item becomes its own card on /pending; on confirm, the executor inserts the row into transactions with import_source='mcp' so MCP-staged ingestion is distinguishable from PSD2 sync. Designed for skill workflows that pull external data (e.g., Airtable) and want the user to gate the writes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bas): strip concatenated group headers from corrupted account names A chart-data import bug had glued the next group's header onto the last account in each preceding group across all eight bas-data class files (e.g. account 2670 read "Utgående moms på försäljning inom EU, OSS 27 PERSONALENS SKATTER, AVGIFTER OCH LÖNEAVDRAG"). The corrupted names surface in transaction dropdowns, ledgers, SIE exports and årsredovisning, and risk VAT miscategorization on the OSS (2670) and blandad-verksamhet (6999) accounts specifically. - Cleans 69 account_name and 64 description fields across class-1..8 files - Adds a regression test asserting no name contains a concatenated header - Ships an idempotent safety-net migration that updates already-seeded chart_of_accounts rows, gated on the corrupted string so user customizations are preserved Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(errors): add structured error codes and handling for various operations - Introduced a new structured error registry in `structured-errors.ts` to standardize error handling across the application. - Added Swedish and English messages for various error scenarios, including validation, authorization, and bookkeeping errors. - Implemented a client-side error toast in `use-error-toast.ts` to display user-friendly error messages with remediation hints. - Created a wrapper for recording operation outcomes in `record-operation.ts`, enhancing audit capabilities for operations. - Developed a provider call wrapper in `with-provider-call.ts` to handle external HTTP calls with structured logging and error mapping. - Added a new SQL migration to extend the processing history with new event types and aggregate types for better operational telemetry. * Refactor supplier API routes to use context-based logging and error handling - Replaced direct Supabase client usage in GET and POST routes with context-based approach using `withRouteContext`. - Enhanced error handling to provide structured error responses for supplier creation and listing. - Updated logging to include request IDs for better traceability. - Introduced new error codes for supplier-related operations. - Refactored tax deadlines cron job to utilize context and improved error handling. - Updated ESLint configuration to enforce logging practices across API and lib directories. - Enhanced arcim migration extension with structured error handling and logging. - Added classification for provider errors to improve user-facing error messages. - Introduced request ID in extension context for better log correlation. * fix(route-context): update DynamicParams type for improved type safety in route handlers * feat(transactions): add 'create_transaction' operation to PendingOperationType * fix(route): ensure companyId is non-nullable in loadAndDeriveAbsence function * fix(route-context): ensure companyId is always non-null by short-circuiting with COMPANY_CONTEXT_MISSING --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Copy voucher, MRU booking templates, and PDF export for reports (#303)
* feat: copy voucher, MRU booking templates, and PDF export for reports - Add "Kopiera verifikat" action on the journal-entry detail page that prefills a new draft with the source entry's lines, description, and notes. Date defaults to today so locked-period posts can't happen by accident; source_type resets to manual. - Track per-company MRU for booking_template_library rows via a new booking_template_usage table (fire-and-forget touch endpoint hooked into both pickers) and sort the list most-recently-used first for the active company. - Generate downloadable PDFs for balansräkning and resultaträkning using the existing @react-pdf/renderer toolchain. Adds a reusable parameterized template and two API routes, with download buttons on the matching report views. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address PR review feedback on copy-voucher + report PDFs Compliance review (Swedish accounting): - Balance-sheet PDF now refuses to render when tillgångar ≠ eget kapital och skulder; the stale "Differens" summary row is gone. The on-screen view still surfaces the existing "Balanserar ej" warning so users can diagnose the imbalance before downloading. ÅRL 3 kap / K2 / K3 require exact balance. - Both PDF routes now 400 when the requested fiscal period cannot be resolved — identifiable period is part of räkenskapsinformation under BFL 7 kap. - Income-statement PDF adds the mandatory "Resultat efter finansiella poster" subtotal when financial items are present, per K2/K3 uppställningsform (ÅRL bilaga 2). - Copy-voucher flow now shows a clear banner ("Kopia av verifikat X — nytt, fristående verifikat skapas") so users cannot mistake the copy for a rättelse/storno. Code review (Greptile): - New migration adds updated_at column + trigger to booking_template_usage (project convention; applied to the Supabase project). - Replace localeCompare on ISO timestamps with plain relational comparison to avoid any locale-dependent ordering. - UUID-format validation on the copy_from query param before it goes into the fetch URL. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: second round of Swedish compliance fixes on report PDFs - Balance-sheet PDF imbalance check now compares rounded-to-whole-kronor totals (SFL 22:1 convention). The previous 0.5-öre tolerance could reject a legitimate balance sheet when accumulated floating-point noise across hundreds of ledger lines exceeded the threshold. The on-screen view still surfaces the öre-precise "Balanserar ej" badge for diagnostic visibility. - Both PDFs now carry a prominent "Arbetsutkast — ej undertecknat" notice per ÅRL 2 kap 7 §. Prevents a downloaded PDF from being mistaken for or filed as an approved årsredovisning. - Income-statement PDF now follows K2/K3 uppställningsform (ÅRL bilaga 2) by splitting class 8 into three blocks with named subtotals: Finansiella poster (80–84), Bokslutsdispositioner (88), Skatter (89). The summary now always shows a "Skatt på årets resultat" row so the reader can verify the tax calculation, and adds "Resultat efter finansiella poster" / "Bokslutsdispositioner" subtotals when each block is present. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: harden report PDFs against out-of-band filing + future BAS growth - Append "-utkast" to downloaded PDF filenames. The filename survives the PDF's disclaimer context — a file named balansrakning-2026-01-01.pdf in a Downloads folder or forwarded attachment is ambiguous, whereas balansrakning-2026-01-01-utkast.pdf makes the draft status legible even without opening the document. - Add a catch-all "Övriga finansiella poster" bucket in the income-statement PDF for any class-8 section whose account prefix isn't one of the known K2/K3 blocks (80–84 / 88 / 89). Counted in the "Resultat efter finansiella poster" subtotal so arithmetic stays consistent. Future-proofs the PDF against a generator change that starts emitting 85–87 sections. feat: invoice-inbox polish + SIE source voucher traceability (#299)
* fix: consolidate commit_journal_entry to single 4-arg signature Replaces the phantom-overload drop migration with an idempotent consolidation that leaves only the 4-arg-with-defaults signature, callable with either 2 or 4 named args. Fixes the "Could not choose the best candidate function" ambiguity caused when the commit-metadata migration CREATE OR REPLACE'd a 4-arg version alongside the existing 2-arg one. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: preserve SIE source voucher identity on journal entries Adds source_voucher_series / source_voucher_number columns to journal_entries so per-verifikat traceability survives the importer's skip-empty-voucher logic. The SIE importer populates the original series/number even when skipped vouchers cause gnubok's target numbering to drift from the source file's sequence. Required for BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8 behandlingshistorik. - Migration adds columns + partial index + extends immutability trigger - importVouchers() records rawSeries/rawNumber per voucher - JournalEntry type + test fixtures gain the new fields - Bookkeeping detail page surfaces "Ursprungligt verifikat" when present Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: polish invoice-inbox workspace for production use - Bedrock image fit: shrink images > 5 MB via sharp before Bedrock upload so HEIC/high-res phone photos don't fail with the 5 MB cap - Swedish error mapping: toSwedishInboxError translates Bedrock / infrastructure errors to Swedish sentences stored in error_message - History timeline endpoint (GET /items/:id/history) returns the processing_history events correlated to the inbox item - Workspace UI: inline diagnostic timeline inside the convert dialog, same-email row grouping ("+N dokument" chip), inferred-VAT affordance with "needs review" signalling, Riksbanken exchange-rate prefill for foreign-currency invoices so the supplier-invoice create path populates *_sek audit columns Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: extend inbox-smart-match to supplier invoices Both receipts and supplier invoices expose structurally identical match anchors (date, amount, currency, counterparty name) so the matcher can reuse the same narrowing + LLM prompt. Adds getMatchAnchors() as a shared extractor across ReceiptExtractionResult / InvoiceExtractionResult, and updates the event handlers to process supplier_invoice items alongside receipts. LLM prompt re-phrased as "dokument" rather than "kvitto" and loosened the date-window heuristic since invoice payments can lag behind the invoice date by weeks. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor: drop unused category selector from TransactionForm The manual "Lägg till transaktion" dialog predates the current categorization flow (SwipeCategorizationView, BatchCategorySelector, AI suggestions). The category dropdown here never drove journal-entry creation — onSubmit fanned it out to CreateTransactionInput.category, which is optional. Removes the dropdown, the unused watch() hook, and the categories lookup table. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): restore drop-phantom file and rebump timestamps Supabase branch DB failed with PK violation on schema_migrations because my two migrations collided with timestamps already on main: 20260421120000 → journal_entries_with_related_rpc (PR #298) 20260421130000 → drop_legacy_supplier_invoice_user_id_uniqueness (PR #296) Rebumped to 20260421140000 and 20260421150000 so each migration has a unique version (Supabase uses only the 14-digit prefix as the PK). Also restored the 20260420130000_drop_phantom_commit_journal_entry_overload migration I had deleted — CLAUDE.md rule #5 forbids modifying existing migrations. My consolidate migration is still compatible: drop_phantom drops the 4-arg overload (no-op where absent), then consolidate recreates it with defaults. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox-smart-match): anchor invoices on dueDate with wider window The original ±7d window around invoiceDate filtered out all real payments for invoices with standard 30–60 day terms — the matcher would see zero candidates before the LLM was called, making the supplier-invoice matcher effectively dead. New anchor selection: - Receipts: receipt date ±7 days (unchanged; paid on the spot) - Invoices with dueDate: dueDate ±14 days (covers early/late payments) - Invoices without dueDate: invoiceDate -7/+45 days (covers 30-day terms) MatchAnchors now carries windowDaysBefore/After so the window can vary per document shape. Added three getMatchAnchors tests asserting window sizes.
