chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers (#2150)
* chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers Remove 33 dead files, ~270 unreferenced exports/types, 13 dead i18n namespaces and 4 unused dependencies; fold byte-identical helper copies into one canonical home each (lib/utils chunk/sleep/utcDateStamp, lib/dates/iso, lib/invariants/uuid, lib/xml/escape, lib/reports/sru/format, lib/pdf/number-text, lib/browser/panel-request, lib/api/v1/body + v1ValidationError rolled out to ~55 v1 routes, booking-template schemas). No behaviour change: v1 bodies and status codes, MCP tool schemas, DB writes and money math are untouched. Naive ore rounding was deliberately not swapped for roundOre; see DECISIONS.md 2026-09-02 for the full list of things left alone on purpose. tsc, lint, 19588 unit tests and check:guards green; antipattern baseline ratcheted (naive-ore-round 622 -> 620, hand-rolled-invariant 115 -> 113). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(transactions): import RawTransaction from @/types after the ingest re-export removal CI's type ratchet (check:types, full tsconfig) caught the one test file that still imported the type through lib/transactions/ingest. feat(skatteverket): ombudsregister grant verification, honest session expiry, daily ombud sync (#2130)
* feat(skatteverket): ombudsregister grant verification, honest session expiry, daily ombud sync
Users reported the Skatteverket connection "just disappearing" with no
banner, needing BankID again every time. Two causes, both fixed here:
1. SKV's per-flow refresh token lives 65 minutes. /status and the
skv_disconnected notice called any stored refresh token "refreshable",
so a days-dead session reported healthy and the reconnect banner never
fired until a submission failed live. lib/skatteverket/session-lifetime
now decides refreshability (expires_at + 5 min, refresh cap) for both
surfaces; the settings panel states the one-hour session lifetime.
2. The durable fix is the ombud (system certificate) path, dormant since
July behind SKATTEVERKET_SYSTEM_AUTH_MODE. Skatteverket added scope
`obr` (Ombudshantering v2) to our application id on 2026-09-01, so grant
verification can now ask the ombudsregister instead of classifying 403s
from the read services:
- lib/ombud-client.ts: GET /ombud/autentisieratOmbud, GET /roller,
POST .../djuplank/utseombud, on the system identity, per the public
tjanstebeskrivning v2.0 (mirrored in dev_docs/skatteverket/ombudshantering).
Role codes are env-pinned (SKATTEVERKET_OMBUD_ROLL_LASOMBUD/_MOMS) or
matched on rollbeskrivning text; a deep link never mints with a
guessed code.
- grant-probe.ts: register first, read-service probes only as fallback.
- New daily cron /api/extensions/skatteverket/ombud/sync/cron (30 3 * * *):
one register call discovers every company that granted us, creates or
downgrades connection rows by org number, runs from shadow mode on,
and never mass-revokes on an empty register.
- POST /system-connection/deeplink + "Utse {app} som ombud" button:
the company lands in SKV's e-service with roles pre-selected.
- Default system scopes include `obr`; skvRequestWithAuth gains an
`accept` option (Ombudshantering requires the Accept header).
Still inert in prod until the org certificate and avtal land; the cron and
verify routes no-op while system auth is off or unconfigured.

* fix(skatteverket): skeptic round on ombud sync, register 404 fallback, opt-in-only rows, mass-downgrade guard
Cron touches only existing connection rows (a tenant's own Verifiera or
deep-link opt-in; the deeplink route now records a pending row), so an
org-number twin never gets auto-verified, and rows the tenant revoked
locally stay revoked. A register 404 throws by default (spec: wrong URI)
and is empty only for the cron, which guards it. Decisions are planned
before any upsert; a run that would fully deny >= 3 rows and > 50% of the
granted ones applies no downgrade. Grants that classify as neither
behörighet are 'error', not 'denied'. Literal select in listConnections for
the phantom-column scanner. window.open without 'noopener' so the
pre-opened tab exists; opener nulled by hand. Deeplink route test added.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01HkLnhWnxt5wWB9j3vfMmxu
* fix(skatteverket): CodeRabbit round: exact role labels, paginate connections, deny never-listed rows, fail deeplink without opt-in row
Role descriptions match the whole label so 'Momsdeklaration,
deklarationsombud' is never read as the narrow moms role. listConnections
pages through fetchAllRows on (created_at, id). A pending row the register
never lists is written once as denied instead of staying 'Inte verifierad'.
The deeplink route returns 500 when the opt-in row cannot be stored, and the
panel navigates in-tab when the pre-opened tab was blocked.

* fix(skatteverket): fence ombud grants on contested org numbers; cron honours unrecognised role codes
An org number claimed by more than one live company is contested: verify
and deep link answer 409 ORG_NUMBER_CONTESTED and the nightly sync changes
nothing on it, so a tenant that typed a victim's public org number cannot
inherit the victim's grant. The sync also skips huvudmän whose register
roles classify as neither behörighet (pinning problem, never a denial),
mirroring probeViaOmbudsregister.

* fix(skatteverket): validate the ombud deep link host; withdraw grants on contested org numbers
The register's djuplank must be an https skatteverket.se URL before it is
returned or navigated to (the settings page follows it). The nightly sync
now withdraws a grant already recorded on an org number that more than one
live company claims, instead of only refusing new ones.

fix(skatteverket): skattekonto-OCR is 13 digits, and the AGI panel stops guessing that you have not signed (#1888)
* fix(skatteverket): skattekonto-OCR is 13 digits, and the AGI panel stops guessing that you have not signed Two reports from the same salary run (Fabian, Specific AI Sweden AB). 1. The payment file carried an OCR Skatteverket does not accept. generateSkattekontoOcr built the reference from the TEN-digit org number plus a Luhn check digit (11 digits). Skatteverket's reference is the TWELVE-digit identity plus a check digit: an organisationsnummer carries the "16" prefix, a personnummer its century. For 559547-0021 we emitted 55954700211 where Skatteverket prints 1655954700217. The twelve-digit form is the same "redovisare" identity the AGI and moms APIs take, so it now goes through the shared toRedovisare12 converter instead of a second local rule: the payment file and the declaration it pays must not disagree about who the taxpayer is. That needs the entity type, which the route now reads alongside org_number. The route also prefers saldo.ocrNummer from the cached skattekonto snapshot over the derived value. It is Skatteverket's own answer for the account we actually sync, it covers identities the converter has no rule for (samordningsnummer, GD-nummer), and it covers the companies whose companies.org_number has drifted from company_settings.org_number. 2. AGI status stayed on "väntar på BankID-signatur i Mina Sidor" after the user had signed. Reading the kvittens needs a live Skatteverket session, and the personal token lives ~65 minutes, so by the time anyone signs in Mina Sidor the 2-hourly kvittens cron finds a dead token and skips quietly. The panel kept asserting a state it could no longer observe. It now says so instead, and the reconnect action already on the panel is the fix: runPostConnectRefresh reconciles pending declarations on a fresh consent. sessionExpiredStatus also counts the needs_reconsent health flag, which a cron can set while the access token is still inside its hour; without it the panel reported a dead connection as healthy. Background reconciliation without a reconnect needs the läsombud grant, which is a registration decision and not part of this change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(skatteverket): say why the entity_type collapse in the payment-file route is total companies.entity_type is NOT NULL with CHECK IN ('enskild_firma', 'aktiebolag'), so the ternary cannot silently mis-tag an enskild firma as a legal entity and give a personnummer the "16" prefix. Two review bots read it as an unguarded default; write down the constraint that makes it safe instead of leaving the next reader to re-derive it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(decisions): record why the cached skattekonto OCR needs no freshness gate Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Jakob Wennberg <311770904+jakobwennberg-oss@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(reconciliation): manual N:1 matching: two-pane worksheet + group links (#1851)
'Matcha manuellt' as designed: outside rows on the left (multi-select), verifikat without an outside row on the right (single-select), the selection's arithmetic in the footer, and one Koppla that is enabled only when the difference is 0. Mode lives in the URL (?mode=match). Engine: a pair is now one OR MANY outside rows against one verifikat. Bank groups link per transaction (manualLink allows N:1 by design, so partial success is reported per row). Skattekonto groups go through the new linkSkattekontoRows: the verifikat's 1630 side must settle the sum, one guarded UPDATE links the whole group, and a partial hit is rolled back as LINK_RACE. 1:M stays UNSUPPORTED_PAIR_SHAPE until the residual link table (6c). v1 pitfalls + API skill regenerated. feat(reconciliation): agent surfaces, skattekonto notice, bank icons and fair sync order (#1836)
* feat(reconciliation): skattekonto bridge engine, sync-time twin proposals, account-keyed facade The engine half of the reconciliation page (design: Avstämningsmotorn). - lib/reconciliation/skattekonto-reconciliation.ts: getSkattekontoReconciliationStatus anchors at the saldo snapshot and returns the bridge (saldo hos Skatteverket, händelser som saknas, 1630-rader utan händelse, ignorerade, ingående skillnad, bokfört), the item buckets the page shows (proposed, unmatched external, unmatched ledger, matched, ignored, upcoming), opening_difference, unexplained_difference (0,00 by construction when data is consistent), dead-link handling (a link to a reversed/draft entry counts as unlinked and is flagged), awaiting_external for ledger lines within 5 days of the snapshot, staleness, and a window that scopes item lists without hiding older rows. Core reads skattekonto_transactions and the extension's snapshot row directly; no @/extensions import. - lib/reconciliation/gl-balance.ts: one ledger-balance helper with the trial-balance predicate status IN (posted, reversed). The drift check summed posted only, which misstated 1630 for any company with a storno on the account; skattekonto-drift.ts now delegates to the helper. - Proposals at sync: migration 20260823120000 adds suggested_journal_entry_id / suggested_at (ON DELETE SET NULL, partial index on open rows); the sync calls refreshSkattekontoProposals after the upsert. findMatchSuggestionsBulk now assigns one-to-one across rows (AGI period first, then nearest date) and falls back to an entry whose 1630 lines net to the amount (split lines); a proposal is never a link. - lib/reconciliation/service.ts + schemas.ts: the account-keyed facade (bank:<cash_account_id> | skattekonto | manual:NNNN) with listReconciliationAccounts (enabled cash accounts folded per IBAN, skattekonto when configured) and getAccountStatus dispatching to the bank engine or the new one; shared Zod shapes for the v1 registry, MCP schemas and the UI (PR 2). Tests: identity on a mixed fixture, storno pair, stale snapshot, awaiting window, window scoping, failed ledger read, live-linked entries never proposed; matcher one-to-one and split-line cases; proposal refresh writes/clears; service dedupe and dispatch. No UI in this PR. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): roundOre instead of inline öre rounding (guard ratchet) The antipattern ratchet counts Math.round(x*100)/100; the new engine used it in five places. Switch to roundOre from @/lib/money and ratchet the baseline down by the three occurrences this removes net of the matcher rewrite. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reconciliation): three doors over one engine: dashboard routes, v1 API and MCP tools for account-keyed reconciliation PR 2 of the Avstämning build (design: Avstämning via API och MCP). Every door calls lib/reconciliation/{service,items,actions}.ts; none re-implements a link. - lib/reconciliation/items.ts: listAccountItems per account_key, the page's buckets (proposed, unmatched_external, unmatched_ledger, matched, ignored, upcoming), limit/offset; skattekonto from the engine, bank from the scoped transactions + unlinked GL lines (netted per entry). - lib/reconciliation/actions.ts: matchPairs (pairs or use_proposals, dry run, partial success with codes), unmatchLink, setItemIgnored; emits reconciliation.matched / reconciliation.unmatched. - lib/skatteverket/skattekonto-link.ts: canonical core link semantics for a skattekonto row (single line or entry net on 1630, live-link guard, race-safe update, unlink, ignore); the extension keeps its own matchSkattekontoToEntry until its tests are ported. - Dashboard routes /api/reconciliation/accounts[...]: list, status, items, links (POST), links/{linkId} (DELETE), items/{itemId}/ignore (POST); apply directly (a human clicked). - v1 routes /api/v1/companies/{id}/reconciliation/accounts[...]: same six, withApiV1, new scopes reconciliation:read / reconciliation:write (write is a staging scope for SoD), Idempotency-Key + dry_run on writes, registered for OpenAPI, load-routes, skills/accounted-api regenerated. Legacy bank routes and their transactions:* scopes unchanged. - MCP: gnubok_get_reconciliation_status takes account_key (legacy bank path untouched), new gnubok_list_reconciliation_items (default catalog), gnubok_reconcile_match (stages reconciliation_match, preflight = status) and gnubok_reconcile_unmatch (stages reconciliation_unmatch), both search-only to stay under the tools/list payload ceiling; gnubok_link_transaction_to_journal_entry moved to search. Executors in commit.ts; risk tiers medium/low; migration pair 20260823130000/130001 adds the two op types to the CHECK constraint (value list = live prod as of 2026-08-23 + the two); close_period loadout updated. Tests: service/actions/items/link unit tests, v1 route tests (401/403/400/404/ happy, idempotency, dry run), dashboard route tests, MCP tool tests + the guard suite (payload ceiling, descriptions, staging meta, qualified ids). Guards and apiskill:check green; no type errors in changed files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): refresh the v1 spec snapshot and keep the ignore update readable by the phantom-column guard The six new v1 reconciliation endpoints and the two new scopes were not recorded in the spec snapshot, and setSkattekontoRowIgnored updated through one conditional payload, which the phantom-column scanner cannot read (ceiling 380 -> 381). Two literal payloads instead; snapshot updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reconciliation): the Avstämning page, one body for every account with an outside truth /reconciliation in Arbeta (after Transaktioner), on the approved layout: an account rail on the left (bank accounts and the skattekonto, logo or monogram, last fetch, status dot, URL-owned selection), and for the selected account four tiles (outside, ledger, difference, unexplained), the bridge that explains the difference, an actions row (link the proposed pairs, book the unbooked skattekonto events, run the bank matcher) and a full-width table banded by bucket with proposal rows linkable one by one. Every read and write goes through the PR 2 dashboard routes, so the page shows exactly what the v1 API and the MCP tools see. Also: nav item, command palette entry, sv/en strings. Period picker, manual match mode and sign-off are deliberately not here (PR 4/5). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reconciliation): sign-off, period picker, Hem row and the three doors for it "Markera som avstämd t.o.m. <datum>" as an append-only attestation: account_reconciliations (who signed which account through which date, with the numbers as they stood; reopen stamps instead of deletes; RLS members write as themselves, viewers read). Policy in one place (lib/reconciliation/signoff.ts): refused with an unexplained difference unless forced with a note, refused past today or past the skattekonto snapshot, refused at or before an active sign-off; reopen is the undo. Every status read now carries the latest active sign-off and the rail shows "avstämt t.o.m.". Three doors: dashboard routes (GET/POST .../signoff, POST .../reopen), v1 (same, scope reconciliation:signoff, Idempotency-Key, dry-run, registry + regenerated API skill), MCP gnubok_reconcile_signoff (search catalog, stages reconciliation_signoff after a policy dry run; executor + risk tier + op-type CHECK migration pair). Events reconciliation.signed_off / reconciliation.reopened, and the four reconciliation events join the public webhook set (additive; API version unchanged, changelog section added). Page: räkenskapsår + range picker in the header (own preset memory, opens on this month) scoping the bridge, the items and the default sign-off date; sign-off dialog with the forced-with-note path; reopen on hover. Hem: worklist category reconciliation_due ("Konton att stämma av"), zero until the company has signed anything off. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): classify reconciliation:signoff as a tenant write for the MCP role guard gnubok_reconcile_signoff carries the deliberately separate reconciliation:signoff scope; the central viewer guard keys on the :write/:approve/:manage suffixes, so a viewer could reach the tool (RLS would still refuse the row, but the guard is the intended layer). Add :signoff to the classifier; the strictness test that caught it now passes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(providers): serve local rate-limiter waiters in arrival order Two callers that both found the in-memory bucket empty each set their own timeout; the timeouts expired at the same instant from different timer lists and which woke first was platform-dependent. hydrateInvoices relies on "started first, requested first" to serve open invoices before paid ones, so lib/providers/__tests__/hydrate-invoices.test.ts flipped on CI (twice on #1817) while holding locally. A promise queue makes the local waiters FIFO without changing the rate; the Upstash path is untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> (cherry picked from commit 14a7599bf2c6fa7f97de6ffab3dc4cf4d0e1827d) * feat(reconciliation): agent surfaces: summary resource, attention category, reconcile-month skill, skattekonto notice, fair sync order Accounted://reconciliation/summary: every reconcilable account with its state, unexplained difference, open counts, last fetch and latest sign-off, plus a next step; the rail as a resource, on the same service function the page and v1 use. Accounted://attention gains reconciliation_due (shared predicate with the Hem row). A reconcile-month workflow skill and the reconcile_month loadout describe the account-keyed flow (summary -> bridge -> buckets -> sign-off). The skattekonto sync persists its reconciliation summary (skattekonto_reconciliation_latest) so the new Hem notice skv_unexplained ("Skattekontot stämmer inte med bokföringen: X är oförklarat", link to /reconciliation?account=skattekonto) costs one small read instead of a bridge computation per render; it honours the drift tolerance and its id carries the whole-krona amount so öre noise never resurfaces a dismissal. The skattekonto sync cron orders eligible companies by stalest sync (never-synced first) before its per-run cap, so the tail is no longer starved by a fixed order. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: retrigger preview build (builder OOM during Running TypeScript, not the diff) * fix(reconciliation): visual pass round 1: full-width table, bank tile shows the period sum From Jakob's first look at the page on real data: - The items table now spans the full page width (the approved layout); the rail + tiles + bridge + actions stay in the two-column grid above it, which now lives inside AccountOverview (the rail rides in as a prop) so the table can break out below. - The bank account's first tile said "okänt": it read external_balance (the reported bank balance, often unknown) while its label says Banktransaktioner i perioden. It now shows the bridge's period sum, matching the label, the difference and the bridge line. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reconciliation): bank brand icons in the rail The rail resolves each bank account's icon from its connection's bank_name (falling back to the account name) against square brand icons committed under public/logos/banks/: the set covers every bank with a live connection in prod as of 2026-08-24 (SEB, Lunar, Handelsbanken, Swedbank, Nordea, Svea, Länsförsäkringar, Revolut, Wise, Danske, Klarna, Northmill, PayPal, plus Stripe for named accounts). Word-boundary matching so lookalike names never hijack a logo; anything unmatched (the small sparbanker, file imports) keeps the monogram. The skattekonto already had its Skatteverket mark. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): label the bank period sum as netto Jakob read 'Banktransaktioner i perioden 399 941 kr' as gross activity (his is ~1,9 MSEK) and rightly asked why it was so low: the value is the net movement (in - out), which is what the bridge compares against the net booked movement on the ledger account. Verified against raw prod data (237 rows, 1 169 126,40 in, -769 185,04 out = 399 941,36). The tile and the bridge line now say '(netto)' / '(net)'. feat(skatteverket): expose filed VAT declarations and decisions via the v1 API (#1773)
* feat(skatteverket): expose filed VAT declarations and decisions via the v1 API Add GET /api/v1/companies/:companyId/skatteverket/vat-declarations, returning a period's momsdeklaration as Skatteverket has it on file: the submitted declaration (SKV /inlamnat) and Skatteverket's beslut (SKV /beslutat), either individually via ?state= or both. - Auth: compliance:read scope; member-visibility read model per #1673 (resolveReadAuth: caller's token, any member's active token, or system credentials with a verified ombud grant). - Architecture: core reaches the Skatteverket extension through the registry-resolved services channel (contract in lib/skatteverket/declaration-status.ts), so core never imports from @/extensions/. - New structured error SKATTEVERKET_API_ERROR (502) for upstream SKV failures; 404 from SKV maps to submitted/decided = null with HTTP 200. - 19 new tests (route: auth, validation, extension-disabled, happy path; extension service: auth resolution, state filtering, SKV error mapping). Fixes #1663 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): address review findings on the vat-declarations read API Consolidated fixes for PR #1773 review round: - apiskill sync (core-build Checks): map the new skatteverket endpoint group into the periods.md reference and regenerate skills/accounted-api (124 -> 125 operations). - CodeRabbit: parse the SKV 2xx body before writing the audit row, so an unreadable body is audited as skv_error and returns the structured SKATTEVERKET_API_ERROR 502 instead of escaping as an internal 500; regression test added. - Compliance swarm (ISO A.8.12 / SOC2 CC6.1): stop forwarding the raw upstream SKV response body to API consumers; the caller now gets the status code and a generic Swedish message, the body is logged server-side only. - Compliance swarm (GDPR Art.30): add the moms.declaration_status_read processing activity to .compliance/ropa.yaml (live read, no payload persisted, audit-log metadata only). feat(import): import skattekontoutdrag files into the skattekonto pipeline (#1637)
* feat(import): import skattekontoutdrag files into the skattekonto pipeline Users can now upload the kontohändelse export from Skatteverket's skattekonto e-service (current CSV layout, verified against a real 2026-08 export, plus legacy .skv files) instead of needing the paid API connection. Parsed rows land in skattekonto_transactions as booked file_import rows and inherit the existing 1630 rules engine, bulk booking, match-to-verifikat and both UIs unchanged. - Core parser lib/import/skattekonto-file/ with strict detection (orgnr header + saldo markers, or two distinct SKV vocabulary terms plus row shape), sum-integrity check (opening + rows must equal closing) and a wrong-company guard against company_settings. - computeDedupKey moves to core (lib/skatteverket/skattekonto-dedup); the extension re-imports it. File rows hash-key; content-signature partitioning skips rows already booked (either key form) and promotes matching upcoming rows in place. - syncSkattekonto gains a takeover step: an id-keyed API row adopts a matching hash-keyed imported row in place, so journal links survive connecting the API after a file import. Upcoming rows can no longer clobber a booked row on hash collision. - New skattekonto_file_imports table (company-scoped file-hash dedup) plus source/file_import_id provenance columns on skattekonto_transactions. - /import gains a Skattekontoutdrag wizard (upload/preview/result, deep link ?mode=skattekonto); the bank-file flow detects skattekonto files and redirects instead of importing them as bank rows. - /skattekonto renders imported rows for unconnected companies (attn line + import CTA) instead of discarding them behind the StartCard. - Free for everyone: the local-data booking/match routes were already ungated; only API sync/saldo stay capability-gated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skattekonto): align the EF F-skatt rule with the 2012 -> 2013 decision 20260810120000 established that 2012 is not standard BAS and moved the booking templates to 2013 (owner taxes in an enskild firma are an eget uttag), but the skattekonto_rules seed still booked EF preliminarskatt against 2012. The file importer makes this rule fire for every EF F-skatt row, so bring it onto 2013 too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): apply review findings on the skattekonto file import - Fix the takeover candidate comparator: the single-argument sort was an inconsistent relation and could adopt a stale upcoming row ahead of the booked file row in a 3+ candidate queue (regression test added), and page the candidate scan with fetchAllRows so a multi-year window is not silently capped at 1000 rows. - Fail parsing when a statement HAS saldo markers but not both readable balances: a file cut off before "Utgående saldo" previously skipped the sum check entirely. sum_valid stays null only for marker-less legacy files. - Count a promotion only when the UPDATE matched a row, so a concurrent sync cannot inflate promoted_count; log a failed finalize of the import record instead of discarding the error. - Migration (unshipped, edited in place): user_id is nullable with ON DELETE SET NULL so import records and their file-hash dedup survive user deletion, and the INSERT policy binds user_id to auth.uid() so a member cannot attribute an import to a colleague. pg tests cover both. - Make the upload drop zone keyboard-reachable (role, tabIndex, Enter/ Space) and give the six count-bearing strings ICU plural forms in both locales. Skipped with reasons on the PR: binding execute rows to file bytes and re-checking orgnr in execute (same client-trust model as the shipped bank-file execute; Zod + RLS scope writes to the caller's own company), a 404 test (the route has no not-found path), event-bus clearing in the route test (the route touches no events), and FK NOT VALID (new column referencing a brand-new empty table). fix(skattekonto): deep-link Skapa verifikat manuellt to a prefilled, auto-linked verifikat (#1621)
* fix(skattekonto): deep-link Skapa verifikat manuellt to a prefilled, auto-linked verifikat "Skapa verifikat manuellt" in the SkattekontoBookDialog routed to plain /bookkeeping: the user landed on the list with no form, no prefill and no link to the row (reported by a user for a Slutlig skatt event, which has no booking rule by design). The CTA now deep-links to /bookkeeping?skv_tx=... carrying the row's id, date, text and amount. The bookkeeping page opens the Nytt verifikat dialog prefilled (1630 on the correct side per the booking sign convention, balanced counter line with the motkonto left to pick, date and description set) and, once the verifikat is saved (posted or draft), links it back to the skattekonto row via the existing match endpoint. A failed link degrades to a destructive toast pointing at the manual "Matcha mot verifikat" path. The URL params are prefill convenience only: the match route re-validates ownership, ALREADY_BOOKED and ENTRY_ALREADY_LINKED server-side. The parse/build/line-shaping contract lives in core lib (lib/skatteverket/manual-verifikat-prefill.ts, unit-tested) because the bookkeeping page cannot import from the extension. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skattekonto): keep deep-link payload out of the URL + share the 1630 constant Resolves the PR #1621 review findings in one pass: - Compliance swarm (GDPR Art.5(1)(f), ISO A.8.12): the deep link no longer carries date, text and amount as query params, where they would persist in browser history, access logs and Referer headers. The row payload is staged in sessionStorage, consumed single-use and validated against the opaque skv_tx id, which is all the URL exposes. A missing or mismatched payload degrades to the plain /bookkeeping list; the auto-link itself is still validated server-side by the match route. - Swedish accounting review note: SKATTEKONTO_ACCOUNT ('1630') is now imported by the extension's booking and match libs from the core prefill lib instead of being duplicated, so prefill and server-side booking cannot drift. - CodeRabbit docstring warning: the new lib exports carry docstrings. Storage is injectable (PrefillStorage) so the node-env tests cover the round-trip, single-use semantics, id mismatch, malformed payloads and a throwing privacy-mode storage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(skattekonto): record the sessionStorage staging window as accepted residual risk The compliance swarm's remaining LOW finding (ISO A.8.12) offers documentation as its remediation path: an XSS attacker already reads the full ledger via the session's authenticated APIs, so the sub-second sessionStorage staging window adds no capability worth a server-issued token roundtrip. Recorded in the lib header and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(invariants): shared format contracts + upgrade-path CI (#1364)
* feat(invariants): centralise shared format contracts, reconcile the org-number paths
The same format rules were written out independently across the codebase, and
where they disagreed the disagreement was invisible until a filing failed.
Worst case, now fixed: four Skatteverket- and Bolagsverket-bound export paths
each had their own idea of a valid organisationsnummer.
lib/skatteverket/format.ts strip '-' only threw on any input with a space
lib/salary/ku/ku10-generator.ts replace('-', '') first hyphen only, spaces survived
lib/salary/agi/xml-generator.ts strip non-digits stray letters passed the length check
lib/bokslut/ixbrl/validate /^\d{6}-?\d{4}$/ rejected the 12-digit form, no Luhn
A company stored with a space or in 12-digit form could file AGI all year and
then fail at the arsredovisning deadline with a message that did not say why.
lib/invariants/ now owns account number, ISO date, four-digit fiscal year and
org number, each with the rationale recorded next to the rule. normalizeOrgNumber
moves here from lib/company-lookup/ and isSaneDateString from lib/utils.ts; both
old paths re-export, so no caller changes. lib/api/schemas.ts builds its
primitives on the module, so ~100 schemas inherit any correction.
The arsredovisning check-digit verdict is a warn, not an error: a wrong Luhn
digit is almost certainly a typo worth surfacing, but whether every org number
Bolagsverket accepts satisfies Luhn is a Swedish domain question we have not
verified against a primary source, and an error there blocks Skicka in. We do
not block a statutory filing on an unverified assumption.
KU10 still passes a 12-digit stored org number through unfolded. That is
pre-existing, and whether the KU10 schema wants 10 or 12 digits is not covered
by the swedish-payroll skill, so it is pinned by a test rather than changed
silently.
Guard 8 (hand-rolled-invariant) tracks the remaining 114 inline copies as a
ratchet that may only go down, same mechanism as the roundOre guard.

* test(ci): add an upgrade-path job that applies new migrations against real data
The pg-real job applies all 548 migrations to an EMPTY database. Empty means
zero rows, so a migration that adds a NOT NULL, adds a CHECK, creates a unique
index or backfills passes trivially in CI and can still fail on production,
where the rows exist. CI proved that a fresh install works; nothing proved that
an existing install upgrades.
The new pg-upgrade job: apply the schema as it stands at the merge base, seed a
small real company (three posted verifikat, balanced lines, one ore-level
amount), then apply ONLY the migrations this PR adds, then assert the data
survived (entries still posted, lines intact, ledger still balances, ore
unchanged, voucher numbers sequential). A PR with no migration no-ops.
Verified locally against supabase/postgres:15.8.1.060 rather than assumed, with
three deliberately bad migrations:
rescale money on posted lines empty: would pass seeded: ERROR (immutability trigger)
CHECK violating the ore row empty: exit 0 seeded: exit 3
NOT NULL on a populated column empty: exit 0 seeded: exit 3
Base migrations are read out of the merge-base git tree, not the working tree,
so a PR that edits an already-shipped migration still gets the original applied
and the edit surfaces as a failure here.

* docs: record the invariants and upgrade-CI decisions
Two entries covering what this PR changes and, more importantly, the calls that
are not obvious from the diff: why the arsredovisning check-digit verdict is a
warning rather than an error, why KU10's 12-digit passthrough is pinned instead
of fixed, and why the ROT/RUT brf org-number schemas stay on their own rule.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* docs(test): mark the upgrade fixture as CI-only, never a production template
The fixture writes posted journal_entries and their lines directly, bypassing
the engine and the atomic commit RPC. That is the only way to hand a migration
pre-existing posted rows to break, and it is safe against a throwaway CI
database, but it reads like a sanctioned pattern to anyone who finds it later.
Says so explicitly, with the reason it is confined here (no voucher sequence to
keep gapless, no retention obligation on a database destroyed with the job) and
a pointer back to Hard Rule 2 for anything touching a real database.
Raised by the Swedish compliance review bot on #1364.

fix(skattekonto): look-alike beslut rows, the list-to-voucher round trip, makulerad rendering, huvudbok discoverability (#1297)
Four fixes from the exit mail Anders Orback (Center Node AB) sent hours after churning. His five points were mostly one job: reconciling skattekontot against banken before årsredovisningen. Skattekonto look-alike rows. Skatteverket splits a retroactive omprövningsbeslut across every month it re-charges and sends one transaction per month, sharing date, text and amount; only ranteberakningsdatum separates them, and we stored it but rendered it nowhere. A real company posted 15 such vouchers (67 785 kr across Feb 2025-Apr 2026) unable to tell them from duplicates of the automatic hämtning. Surface the field when it carries information: its month differs from the Datum column, or another row in the same band is otherwise indistinguishable. The list-to-voucher round trip. The verifikat list collapsed to a skeleton on every refetch and sprang back, moving rows under the pointer; only the first load shows a skeleton now. Filter state is React-only, so leaving the list loses it: add a hover-revealed open-in-new-tab affordance on the voucher list and the skattekonto page, where the link had been behind a hand-rolled opacity-0 that coarse pointers never trigger. Makulerad rendering. A stornoed verifikat now reads as struck out, per data cell rather than on the row, because text-decoration propagates and a child cannot opt out. Vouchers-per-account discoverability. /reports/huvudbok?account=1930 already existed; the palette matcher requires every token and the entry never contained the word "verifikat". Add ReportDescriptor.searchTerms plus a report-library search box. Also fixes a false "Saknar underlag" compliance chip that flashed before attachment counts resolved, and a keyboard-access regression where HOVER_REVEAL_CLASS carried focus-visible only, hiding controls inside a non-focusable wrapper from keyboard users. No migration. No write paths, storno paths or posted entries touched. Follow-ups filed: #1300 #1301 #1302 #1303 #1304 #1305 #1306 #1307 #1308. Open decision: #1305 (Omförd vs Makulerad). feat(domains): dual-domain cutover to app.accounted.se (#1087)
* feat(domains): dual-domain cutover to app.accounted.se The user-facing app moves to app.accounted.se while app.gnubok.se stays alive for machine traffic (MCP connectors, API keys, third-party OAuth callbacks, webhooks, crons), so no third-party callback registration is on the critical path. - next.config: host redirect app.gnubok.se -> NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL for page traffic only (/api, /.well-known, /_next excluded). Arms itself only once NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL leaves the legacy host, so merging this is inert and the cutover is a pure env flip + redeploy. - skatteverket: redirect_uri pinned via NEXT_PUBLIC_SKV_OAUTH_BASE_URL (Utvecklarportalen registration is slow to change); the OAuth callback now resolves the flow from the state token + stored oauth_user_id via the service client instead of session cookies, which no longer exist on the OAuth host. Legacy same-domain flows fall back to the session. - popup listeners (SkatteverketConnectPanel, AGIPanel) accept postMessage from the pinned OAuth origin; event.source identity check unchanged. - /.well-known discovery docs reflect the allowlisted request host so existing MCP connectors on app.gnubok.se keep a self-consistent issuer/resource after the flip; spoofed hosts fall back to canonical. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: log dual-domain cutover decision Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): recency-bound SKV state lookup, exact localhost match in discovery allowlist - The oauth_state lookup now only considers rows updated in the last 10 minutes: bounds how long a leaked/phished authorize URL stays completable, keeps the row set far below PostgREST's 1000-row cap, and surfaces query errors instead of misreporting them as CSRF. - resolveDiscoveryBaseUrl matches localhost/127.0.0.1 exactly; the prefix check reflected spoofed hosts like localhost.evil.example. fix: GH issues batch: deadlines opt-ins, SKV reconnect, narrative edit, payment-link gating (#1076)
* fix(errors): close remaining raw-message leaks after #1048 (#337) Follow-up to PR #1048. No user-visible toast or response field can now carry a raw engine or DB message; everything maps through getErrorMessage or the structured-errors registry. - get-error-message: only normalize a code-carrying Error instance into the structured path when the registry knows the code; unknown codes (Node system errors, stray third-party codes, Error-wrapped Postgres SQLSTATEs) fall through to pattern match, Swedish check, Postgres map and the status/context/generic fallbacks instead of returning the raw message. New Swedish-detection pattern for "ar last" phrases and a known-pattern row for "already has a journal entry". - structured-errors: add CANNOT_EDIT_NON_DRAFT (409) and MANDATORY_DIMENSION_MISSING (400) rows, plus common Node network codes (ECONNREFUSED, ECONNRESET, ETIMEDOUT, ENOTFOUND, EAI_AGAIN, EPIPE) as retryable 503 transients with a Swedish message. - pending-operations commit + bulk-commit routes: map executor error strings through getErrorMessage before responding (raw stays in logs); Swedish passes through, English falls to status-appropriate Swedish. - pending page: toast via getErrorMessage, fixing raw English toasts and "[object Object]" for structured envelopes on commit/bulk/reject. - transactions book + journal-entries routes: untyped catch and DB list errors no longer return err.message; mapped or static Swedish instead. - invoice send + issue-credit-note: partial_failures reasons are now Swedish (raw provider/DB text logged, never returned). - Tests: new unknown-code/Error-instance suite, registry rows asserted, route tests updated off the pinned raw-English expectations. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): target the räkenskapsår for yearly VAT redovisningsperiod A yearly filer with a broken fiscal year has a Skatteverket period ending in its FY-end month, not December, and the panel's year state is never maintained in yearly mode (the year picker is replaced by the räkenskapsår selector), so calls targeted the wrong period even for calendar-FY companies filing after year end. The selected fiscal period now rides through the whole chain: panel query strings, draft/validate/ submit bodies, buildMomsuppgift (which resolves the FY bounds so the period id and the figures describe the same räkenskapsår), and the staged-commit path. MCP callers without a fiscal period keep the calendar fallback. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(deadlines): group same-day skattekonto deadlines into one card Moms, AGI and preliminärskatt legally share the skattekonto date (den 12:e), so a small monthly-moms employer saw 2-3 near-identical rows per month. Two or more pending system rows of the skattekonto family on the same due date now render as one grouped card with the date block once and each obligation as a sub-row keeping its own confirm-to-complete flow. Presentation only: rows, statuses, ICS feed unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(deadlines): KU + ROT/RUT + long-tail opt-in deadlines, rolling horizon Follow-ups from the #1028 audit left out of the #1057-#1060 fix stack, each with its own condition modeling: - kontrolluppgifter (KU10/KU20/KU31), due 31 Jan (SFL 24 kap. 1 §): opt-in flag suggested from ledger signals (2898 utdelning, 2393/2893 ägarlån; deliberately not 2091, see DECISIONS.md), AB only, mirroring the #1059 EU-sales suggest-and-confirm pattern. - rot_rut_begaran, due 31 Jan after the payment year (Lag 2009:194 8 §): rows generated only for years with actually PAID ROT/RUT invoices, resolved inside the generator; invoice-derived suggestion. - Long tail, explicit opt-in ('Fler deadlines'): OSS quarterly and IOSS monthly with a skipBankingDayAdjustment config flag (EU-law dates stand on weekends), Intrastat (10th banking day of the following month), punktskatt (ordinary skattedeklaration schedule), and fyllnadsinbetalning (12th of 2nd month over 30k / 3rd of 5th month, SFL 62:8 + 65 kap.). Kvarskatt deferred: needs a slutskattebesked date the app does not hold. - Rolling generation horizon: recurring types ~6 months ahead, annual 12 months, mirrored in the backfill expectation keys so the nightly cron never thrashes; regeneration now preserves manual in_progress status; one-time cleanup migration removes existing far-future rows. Migrations also applied to the staging branch, together with the previously missing 20260717xxxxxx deadline migrations (staging had drifted and lacked dismissed_at). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(arsredovisning): keep narrative editable after year-end close The narrative save endpoint refused writes whenever the fiscal period was closed/locked, but Verkstall bokslut closes the period before the arsredovisning text is ever written, so every legitimate save failed with PERIOD_LOCKED and the PDF fell back to placeholder text. The narrative is arsredovisning document text (ARL 6 kap.), not journal rakenskapsinformation, so the bookkeeping period lock does not apply. Saves are now refused only once a Bolagsverket submission for the period is registrerad (ARSREDOVISNING_REGISTERED, 409); the filed artifact was already frozen separately by the submissions immutability trigger. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): surface dead SKV connections and nudge reconnect Prod has ~70 companies that connected Skatteverket before the post-connect sync fix (#1010) and silently never synced skattekonto: the only reconnect prompt lived in the settings panel nobody revisits. - transactions-page banner when the connection is needs_reconsent or expired without refresh, linking to /settings/tax - pre-connect note in the connect panel: approve ALL behorigheter on Skatteverket's consent page (previously only shown after a failure) - wire the inert skattekonto.connection.expired event to an email nudge to the token owner; one send per consent episode via claim-first dedup in notification_log (type skv_connection_expired, partial unique index in migration 20260720090000, applied to staging) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(archive): per-year behandlingshistorik covers late-booked vouchers + Drive backup disclaimer The per-fiscal-year archive filtered audit rows by created_at within the period, dropping treatment history for bokslut entries, stornos and SIE imports booked after year end (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8). The year archive now unions the date window with every audit row touching the period's journal entries and lines, deduped by audit id; line rows (company_id NULL by trigger design) are admitted via a scoped OR and reachable on the service-role backup path. ARCHIVE_FORMAT_VERSION 2->3 forces a one-time Drive re-upload so existing archives pick up the complete history. The Drive card on /import Exportera and the LASMIG texts now state the Drive copy is a convenience backup, not the BFL 7 kap legal archive. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(decisions): clarify Arsredovisning narrative save behavior on submission status * feat(invoices): gate payment links behind invoice settings opt-in The payment-link section (manual URL field + Stripe auto-create toggle) was visible on every invoice and auto-created Stripe links on send for any connected company. It is now opt-in per company: - new company_settings.invoice_payment_links_enabled, default false for everyone (no grandfathering of Stripe-connected companies) - invoice editor hides the whole section unless enabled; a draft that already carries a link still shows it so old links stay clearable - enforced server-side in maybeCreatePaymentLinkForInvoice (after the provider lookup, so the extension-free core build never queries), so dashboard, v1, MCP and recurring sends all obey it - new toggle on Settings -> Invoicing, saves instantly; sv/en strings Migration applied to the staging branch; prod gets it on merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): add invoice_payment_links_enabled to company settings fixture The makeCompanySettings fixture missed the new required boolean, failing the core-only build's type check of tests/helpers.ts. Default false, matching the migration default. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(review): address CodeRabbit, compliance and Swedish review findings Round 2 of PR #1076 review feedback, one change per accepted finding: - pending page: res.json() safe fallback in both commit paths so a non-JSON proxy response cannot surface a raw parser error - bulk-commit: map operation status enums to Swedish display labels in the 'Redan hanterad' skip message - payment-link settings: disable the toggle while a save is in flight to prevent out-of-order PUT responses - deadlines group card: route all UI strings through next-intl (deadlines namespace, sv + en) - archive export: scope the period audit entry lookup to posted/reversed, matching the rest of the export - error tests: assert the exact registry English message for ECONNREFUSED to lock the no-leakage contract - signal routes: log.warn when best-effort lookups swallow a Supabase error (forensics), keep fail-closed behavior - narrative route: document that 'avslutad' submissions deliberately stay editable (never registered at Bolagsverket) - VAT: yearly declarations without an explicit fiscalPeriodId now resolve the räkenskapsår ending in the target year from fiscal_periods instead of assuming a calendar FY (SFL 26 kap 10-11 §§); calendar fallback only when no fiscal period exists - deadlines: IOSS deadline no longer requires vat_registered (Art. 369s has no Swedish VAT registration prerequisite) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> --------- Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Accounted rebrand + swarm-skill cleanup + bank-reconciliation fixes (#643)
* feat(reconciliation): close the bank-feed loop on voucher links and re-tag mis-typed opening balances
Two related fixes to bank reconciliation correctness:
1. Auto-reconcile on voucher link. Linking an invoice or supplier invoice to
an existing voucher previously advanced only the invoice — the bank
transaction that paid it kept sitting in the Transactions inbox with a null
journal_entry_id. linkInvoiceToVoucher / linkSupplierInvoiceToVoucher now
call autoReconcileTransactionForLinkedVoucher (lib/reconciliation), which
links the bank transaction to the same verifikat when exactly one unbooked
line matches it. Best-effort and post-commit: a failure here never fails the
link. The result surfaces reconciledTransactionId; the inbox row leaves the
list and the UI shows link_success_tx_reconciled.
2. Re-tag mis-typed opening balances. getReconciliationStatus and the GL-line
matching RPCs identify a cash account's ingående balans solely by
journal_entries.source_type='opening_balance'. Companies migrated from other
systems often booked the bank IB as an ordinary voucher (source_type
'import' or 'manual'), so it was never excluded and surfaced as a phantom
reconciliation difference equal to the opening balance. Adds:
- migration mark_entry_as_opening_balance: a GUC-gated carve-out in the
immutability trigger plus a SECURITY DEFINER RPC that validates the entry
(balance-sheet lines only, dated on a fiscal-period boundary), flips the
source_type, and writes an audit row — no blanket data sweep.
- POST /api/reconciliation/bank/mark-opening-balance + MarkOpeningBalanceSchema.
- BankReconciliationView action to trigger it from the IB diff.
The gnubok_create_voucher executor now accepts a typed is_opening_balance flag
and derives source_type='opening_balance' only after validating class 1/2 lines
on the period start, so new IBs land correctly typed.
Covered by lib/reconciliation auto-reconcile tests, voucher-executors tests,
and a mark-entry-as-opening-balance pg-real test.

* chore: rebrand gnubok → Accounted and prune swarm agent skills
Product rebrand and skills housekeeping. No runtime behaviour change.
Rebrand: replace user-visible "gnubok" with "Accounted" across docs, READMEs,
in-code comments, doc-site content, MCP skill/resource prose, and the
gnubok-mcp package description. The MCP resource URI scheme is moved gnubok://
→ Accounted:// consistently across resource registrations, the event-type
comment, and the resource/skill tests. Deliberately preserved as stable
identifiers (NOT rebranded): the gnubok-company-id cookie, gnubok_sk_ / gnubok_inv_
token prefixes, the gnubok-mcp npm bridge name, and the AGI <gem:Programnamn>
value (kept 'gnubok' per its source comment — it is the software identifier sent
to Skatteverket and must not churn across visual rebrands).
Skills: remove the 27 swarm-* agent SKILL.md atoms (no longer used; already
absent from the agent_atom_registry in prod), refresh the remaining skill docs,
add the .claude/rules/ path-scoped rule set, and regenerate the
seed_agent_atom_bodies migration + .skill-body-manifest.json via
`npm run skills:generate` so the DB-backed skill bodies match the trimmed set.

Bug/momsdeklaration skv (#449)
* fix(salary): show birthdate in masked personnummer, hide the 4-digit suffix Flip the personnummer display format from XXXXXXXX-NNNN to YYYYMMDD-XXXX so the sensitive 4-digit suffix is hidden while the (public) birthdate stays visible. Affects the employees list/detail, salary run, payslip PDF, payslip email, and the MCP server tools (list_employees, get_salary_run). Each call site now decrypts the stored personnummer before masking. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): allow deleting unbooked transactions from "Alla transaktioner" The history list only let users delete via the inbox card; once a category or mall was picked but the verifikation hadn't been created, the row showed "Ej bokförd" with no way to remove it. The API already permits delete while journal_entry_id is null, so the gap was purely a missing UI affordance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(vat): populate ruta 20-24 for reverse charge + dishonest "Validera OK" Three connected issues caused Skatteverket to reject momsdeklarationer with FK004 even after our local "Validera"-knapp returned OK. 1. supplier-invoice-entries booked fiktiv moms (2614/2624/2634 + 2645/2647) on reverse-charge invoices but never the underlying basbelopp on 44xx/45xx. Ruta 30-32 filled up at SKV while ruta 20-24 stayed at 0 — SKV's FK004 ("silent netting prohibited", ML 13 kap kräver båda sidor). Fix: generateReverseChargeBasisLines in vat-entries.ts emits parallel 45xx/44xx debit + 4598 motkonto credit per rate group. Engine calls it from registration, cash, and credit-note paths. Skipped when the user booked the expense directly on a basis account to avoid double-counting. 4598 added to BAS reference (no migration needed; account_number is plain text on journal_entry_lines). 2. rutorToMomsuppgift rounded each ruta independently but computed summaMoms from the unrounded ruta49. SKV recomputes the sum from integer rutor on their side, so fractional öres caused ±1 SEK drift and SKV rejected with FK009. Fix: derive summaMoms from the already-rounded VAT-amount rutor. 3. "Validera"-knappen only confirmed SKV's internal arithmetic — a declaration with ruta 30-32 populated and ruta 20-24 empty validated fine until /utkast hit FK004. Users got a false green light. Fix: vat-declaration-checks.ts runs locally before the SKV call, blocks Validera/Spara when ERROR-level findings exist, and surfaces them in a separate "Lokala kontroller"-section. Success message reworded so SKV's OK is no longer presented as filing-ready. Tests: 4535/4536/4531/4425 lines + 4598 motkonto on EU/non-EU/byggtjänster RC, credit-note reversal, fractional-öres summaMoms, all four pre-flight codes (RC_BASIS_MISSING, RC_OUTPUT_MISSING, RC_INPUT_VAT_MISMATCH, SUMMA_MOMS_DRIFT). Backfill for already-posted entries follows in the next commit.
