chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers (#2150)
* chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers Remove 33 dead files, ~270 unreferenced exports/types, 13 dead i18n namespaces and 4 unused dependencies; fold byte-identical helper copies into one canonical home each (lib/utils chunk/sleep/utcDateStamp, lib/dates/iso, lib/invariants/uuid, lib/xml/escape, lib/reports/sru/format, lib/pdf/number-text, lib/browser/panel-request, lib/api/v1/body + v1ValidationError rolled out to ~55 v1 routes, booking-template schemas). No behaviour change: v1 bodies and status codes, MCP tool schemas, DB writes and money math are untouched. Naive ore rounding was deliberately not swapped for roundOre; see DECISIONS.md 2026-09-02 for the full list of things left alone on purpose. tsc, lint, 19588 unit tests and check:guards green; antipattern baseline ratcheted (naive-ore-round 622 -> 620, hand-rolled-invariant 115 -> 113). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(transactions): import RawTransaction from @/types after the ingest re-export removal CI's type ratchet (check:types, full tsconfig) caught the one test file that still imported the type through lib/transactions/ingest. fix(skattekonto): remove the drift email, its event and the unused drift route (#2149)
The nightly skattekonto sync emailed "Skattekontot stämmer inte med bokföringen" whenever Skatteverket's saldo differed from BAS 1630 by more than 1 kr, every 24 hours while it lasted. On 2026-09-02 it fired on a 35 842 kr gap that the reconciliation explained to the last krona with 14 unbooked rows, while the Hem notice and the reconciliation page (both gated on unexplained_difference) said nothing was wrong. The check shipped in May 2026 (#525) before any in-app skattekonto view existed; the dashboard tile its comments promise was never built and the drift API route had no consumer. Since 2026-08-25 the reconciliation page and the Hem notice are the surface, with one definition of "stämmer inte". Removed: skattekonto-drift.ts, skattekonto-drift-email.ts, their tests, the skattekonto.drift_detected event type, the handler registration, the cron's drift hook, GET /api/extensions/skatteverket/skattekonto/drift, and the ROPA activity for the mail. The route is dropped from the ungated extension route allowlist to lock the ratchet. skattekonto_drift_tolerance stays: the Hem notice reads it. Stale skattekonto_drift_last_alert_at rows in extension_data are inert. feat(skatteverket): ombudsregister grant verification, honest session expiry, daily ombud sync (#2130)
* feat(skatteverket): ombudsregister grant verification, honest session expiry, daily ombud sync
Users reported the Skatteverket connection "just disappearing" with no
banner, needing BankID again every time. Two causes, both fixed here:
1. SKV's per-flow refresh token lives 65 minutes. /status and the
skv_disconnected notice called any stored refresh token "refreshable",
so a days-dead session reported healthy and the reconnect banner never
fired until a submission failed live. lib/skatteverket/session-lifetime
now decides refreshability (expires_at + 5 min, refresh cap) for both
surfaces; the settings panel states the one-hour session lifetime.
2. The durable fix is the ombud (system certificate) path, dormant since
July behind SKATTEVERKET_SYSTEM_AUTH_MODE. Skatteverket added scope
`obr` (Ombudshantering v2) to our application id on 2026-09-01, so grant
verification can now ask the ombudsregister instead of classifying 403s
from the read services:
- lib/ombud-client.ts: GET /ombud/autentisieratOmbud, GET /roller,
POST .../djuplank/utseombud, on the system identity, per the public
tjanstebeskrivning v2.0 (mirrored in dev_docs/skatteverket/ombudshantering).
Role codes are env-pinned (SKATTEVERKET_OMBUD_ROLL_LASOMBUD/_MOMS) or
matched on rollbeskrivning text; a deep link never mints with a
guessed code.
- grant-probe.ts: register first, read-service probes only as fallback.
- New daily cron /api/extensions/skatteverket/ombud/sync/cron (30 3 * * *):
one register call discovers every company that granted us, creates or
downgrades connection rows by org number, runs from shadow mode on,
and never mass-revokes on an empty register.
- POST /system-connection/deeplink + "Utse {app} som ombud" button:
the company lands in SKV's e-service with roles pre-selected.
- Default system scopes include `obr`; skvRequestWithAuth gains an
`accept` option (Ombudshantering requires the Accept header).
Still inert in prod until the org certificate and avtal land; the cron and
verify routes no-op while system auth is off or unconfigured.

* fix(skatteverket): skeptic round on ombud sync, register 404 fallback, opt-in-only rows, mass-downgrade guard
Cron touches only existing connection rows (a tenant's own Verifiera or
deep-link opt-in; the deeplink route now records a pending row), so an
org-number twin never gets auto-verified, and rows the tenant revoked
locally stay revoked. A register 404 throws by default (spec: wrong URI)
and is empty only for the cron, which guards it. Decisions are planned
before any upsert; a run that would fully deny >= 3 rows and > 50% of the
granted ones applies no downgrade. Grants that classify as neither
behörighet are 'error', not 'denied'. Literal select in listConnections for
the phantom-column scanner. window.open without 'noopener' so the
pre-opened tab exists; opener nulled by hand. Deeplink route test added.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01HkLnhWnxt5wWB9j3vfMmxu
* fix(skatteverket): CodeRabbit round: exact role labels, paginate connections, deny never-listed rows, fail deeplink without opt-in row
Role descriptions match the whole label so 'Momsdeklaration,
deklarationsombud' is never read as the narrow moms role. listConnections
pages through fetchAllRows on (created_at, id). A pending row the register
never lists is written once as denied instead of staying 'Inte verifierad'.
The deeplink route returns 500 when the opt-in row cannot be stored, and the
panel navigates in-tab when the pre-opened tab was blocked.

* fix(skatteverket): fence ombud grants on contested org numbers; cron honours unrecognised role codes
An org number claimed by more than one live company is contested: verify
and deep link answer 409 ORG_NUMBER_CONTESTED and the nightly sync changes
nothing on it, so a tenant that typed a victim's public org number cannot
inherit the victim's grant. The sync also skips huvudmän whose register
roles classify as neither behörighet (pinning problem, never a denial),
mirroring probeViaOmbudsregister.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01HkLnhWnxt5wWB9j3vfMmxu
* fix(skatteverket): validate the ombud deep link host; withdraw grants on contested org numbers
The register's djuplank must be an https skatteverket.se URL before it is
returned or navigated to (the settings page follows it). The nightly sync
now withdraws a grant already recorded on an org number that more than one
live company claims, instead of only refusing new ones.

feat(connect): wire the SKV extension through the connector broker + data proxy (PR6b-2) (#2103)
* feat(connect): wire the SKV extension through the connector broker + data proxy (PR6b-2) In connector mode (GNUBOK_CONNECTOR_KEY set, no own SKV credentials) the Skatteverket extension now routes through the hosted connector stack (#1757) instead of calling Skatteverket directly: - skvRequestWithAuth routes to the data proxy: base URL maps to a service segment (moms/skattekonto/agd-inlamning/agd-period), the user's SKV Bearer moves to X-Connector-Upstream-Authorization, the connector key authenticates the proxy, and the gateway Client_Id/Client_Secret are omitted (the proxy adds Arcim's). Connector-layer 4xx bodies (code CONNECTOR_*) are classified before the SKV-shaped 401/403 sniffing so a broker refusal surfaces operator guidance (check GNUBOK_CONNECTOR_KEY), never APIGW/BankID guidance for knobs the instance does not have. - OAuth: /authorize starts the consent via the broker's authorize-url (persisting its redirect_uri + connector_state), the hosted SKV callback bounces the code back to the instance, and exchangeCodeForTokens / refreshAccessToken exchange through the broker's /oauth/token, unwrapping its { data } envelope. Tokens still rest encrypted on the instance; client_id/client_secret never exist there. - Broker refresh 404 CONNECTOR_NOT_OWNED maps to SESSION_EXPIRED (terminal; reconnect fixes); broker 502 stays a raw error so a transient SKV outage never re-arms the reconnect banner (#1155). - getSkatteverketEnvironment() reports 'prod' in connector mode: the upstream env is hosted's, and the instance's unset defaults would show a false Testmiljo badge on real filings. - System (CCG/ombud) auth is deliberately not brokered: hosted-only, stays direct. Hosted and own-credentials self-hosts are byte-identical: every branch gates on skatteverketConnectorMode(), which is null whenever own SKV credentials exist or no connector key is set. Direct-path tests pin that. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01KRfamAKDqvRNwbjr5XD2VS * fix(connect): classify SKV dead-refresh-token dialects broker-side; forward diagnostic headers; connector-aware gateway guidance Skeptic refutation on PR #2103 (found independently by the correctness and compliance skeptics): the broker's /oauth/token catch-all collapsed SKV's terminal dead-refresh-token dialects (404 id_not_found, 400 invalid_grant, "Refresh Token status is expired": the dominant refresh outcome, per-flow tokens live 65 minutes) into the generic 502 CONNECTOR_SKV_TOKEN_FAILED, so a connector instance could never classify ordinary session expiry: raw English 500s instead of the reconnect flow, staged filing operations consumed as non-recoverable, crons retrying raw forever. - Broker /oauth/token: re-codes those dialects as 401 CONNECTOR_SKV_REFRESH_DEAD, refresh grant only (invalid_grant on the code exchange means an expired one-shot code and keeps the generic 502). The classifier (isSkvDeadRefreshTokenError) uses the same regex set the extension's direct path classifies with. - Instance dead-token classifier maps CONNECTOR_SKV_REFRESH_DEAD to SESSION_EXPIRED alongside 404 CONNECTOR_NOT_OWNED; the generic 502 stays a raw error so a transient SKV outage never re-arms the reconnect banner. - Data proxy: forwards WWW-Authenticate and x-skv-*/x-amzn-*/x-api-* response headers (the instance's MISSING_SCOPE classification reads them; body-less gateway rejections carry no other signal). - Instance gateway-refusal guidance is connector-aware: a self-host has no SKATTEVERKET_APIGW_CLIENT_ID and no Utvecklarportalen access, so connector mode points at /api/connector/status and support instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01KRfamAKDqvRNwbjr5XD2VS * fix(connect): reject redirects on the instance's broker OAuth requests CodeRabbit inline finding (CWE-200): the connector-mode authorize-url and token requests followed redirects by default, so a 307/308 would resend the connector key (and code/refresh token) to the redirect target. redirect 'error', matching the broker's own postToken rule; the token response must only ever come from the broker endpoint itself. feat(skatteverket): repair notification recipients + make the agent the SKV notification surface (#1887)
* feat(skatteverket): repair notification recipients + make the agent the SKV notification surface The company_members -> profiles!inner(email) PostgREST embed has no FK to traverse (company_members.user_id references auth.users), so it 400'd and silently killed all four notification emails since they shipped. Recipient lookup is now a shared two-step helper (lib/notifications/member-email): kvittens confirmations, skattekonto drift alerts (tax-contact routing preserved via the plural variant) and backup alerts deliver again. The connection-expired email is deleted instead of fixed: with SKV's 65-minute personal sessions it was one mail per connect (see DECISIONS.md); the event and needs_reconsent flagging stay. For MCP-first users the agent is the notification surface, so: - SKATTEVERKET_NOT_CONNECTED copy is now agent-directive: session expiry is normal (~1h by SKV design), only a person can reconnect with BankID, do not retry until they confirm. Inline strings (declaration-status, read routes, v1 pitfalls, accounted-api skill) aligned. - gnubok_get_agent_briefing gains an optional skatteverket_connection block (status/source/connected_at + directive message on needs_reconsent), emitted only when a connection or verified system grant exists, so agents warn the user at session start instead of failing mid-task. Payload bench ceiling bumped 59.95K -> 60.15K for the outputSchema contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): drift email resolves recipients via service client; review fixes The skeptic pass refuted the drift-email repair: skattekonto.drift_detected is emitted only by the nightly cron, and the extension registry builds each event handler a fresh ctx from the anonymous cookie client (or none at all on cookieless requests), so RLS returned zero company_members rows and the two-step lookup still resolved no recipient. The handler now builds its own service-role client, the same documented pattern as the retired connection-expired handler; drift tests exercise the handler without ctx, matching the cron reality. CodeRabbit findings: resolveMemberEmails pages both queries through fetchAllRows with stable ordering (PostgREST caps unpaged reads at 1000 rows); the v1 vat-declarations pitfall and regenerated accounted-api docs now name both auth paths (member BankID connection or verified ombud grant); the briefing's system-before-user priority carries a cross-reference to resolveReadAuth explaining why it is not reused. member-email.ts JSDoc states the service-role-client requirement (profiles RLS is own-row-only). fix(skatteverket): skip skattekonto rows without belopp instead of failing the whole sync (#1837)
* fix(skatteverket): skip skattekonto rows without belopp instead of failing the whole sync SKV's transaktioner response can contain a row without beloppSkatteverket despite the spec typing it as required. The row mapped to a NULL in the NOT NULL belopp_skatteverket column, so the batch upsert failed with 23502 and every sync for the company (post-connect, manual, nightly cron) died permanently on the same row. Filter out rows that cannot satisfy the table's NOT NULL columns before mapping, sync the rest, log one structured warn with the offending row as diagnostic, and report the count as skipped in the sync result. Skipping over coalescing to 0 kr is deliberate: an invented amount would be renderable, matchable and bookable. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): durable skipped-row trace in extension_data, minimized log Review batch for PR #1837: - Compliance swarm (GDPR Art.5(1)(c) high, ISO A.8.11 medium): the warn log no longer carries the raw SKV row; it logs status, missing fields, transaktionsidentitet and transaktionsdatum only. - Swedish accounting review (BFL 5 kap fullstandighet, BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8): skipped rows are now retained durably and queryably in the company-scoped extension_data key skattekonto_skipped_rows, raw payload included, overwritten each sync so a completed row self-clears the trace. - CodeRabbit: eventBus.clear() in beforeEach; new test case covering rows missing transaktionsdatum and transaktionstext; warn assertion retargeted to the minimized shape. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): uncapped skipped count, merge-history trace with truncation flag Second review cycle for PR #1837 (Swedish accounting review): - skipped now counts the full payload before the trace cap, and the trace record carries truncated: true (plus traceTruncated in the log) when entries had to be dropped past MAX_SKIPPED_ROWS_RETAINED. - The extension_data trace merges with the previous record instead of overwriting it: entries keep firstSeenAt/lastSeenAt, survive aging out of SKV's ~555-day window, and leave the trace only when their transaktionsidentitet arrives complete and lands in skattekonto_transactions (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8 behandlingshistorik). - Tests: aged-out retention + id resolution, 60-row truncation case. Saldo-reconciliation finding dispositioned without code change: the existing drift detector already compares the unfiltered SKV saldo against GL 1630 and alerts, which covers a skipped row's balance effect. feat(reconciliation): agent surfaces, skattekonto notice, bank icons and fair sync order (#1836)
* feat(reconciliation): skattekonto bridge engine, sync-time twin proposals, account-keyed facade The engine half of the reconciliation page (design: Avstämningsmotorn). - lib/reconciliation/skattekonto-reconciliation.ts: getSkattekontoReconciliationStatus anchors at the saldo snapshot and returns the bridge (saldo hos Skatteverket, händelser som saknas, 1630-rader utan händelse, ignorerade, ingående skillnad, bokfört), the item buckets the page shows (proposed, unmatched external, unmatched ledger, matched, ignored, upcoming), opening_difference, unexplained_difference (0,00 by construction when data is consistent), dead-link handling (a link to a reversed/draft entry counts as unlinked and is flagged), awaiting_external for ledger lines within 5 days of the snapshot, staleness, and a window that scopes item lists without hiding older rows. Core reads skattekonto_transactions and the extension's snapshot row directly; no @/extensions import. - lib/reconciliation/gl-balance.ts: one ledger-balance helper with the trial-balance predicate status IN (posted, reversed). The drift check summed posted only, which misstated 1630 for any company with a storno on the account; skattekonto-drift.ts now delegates to the helper. - Proposals at sync: migration 20260823120000 adds suggested_journal_entry_id / suggested_at (ON DELETE SET NULL, partial index on open rows); the sync calls refreshSkattekontoProposals after the upsert. findMatchSuggestionsBulk now assigns one-to-one across rows (AGI period first, then nearest date) and falls back to an entry whose 1630 lines net to the amount (split lines); a proposal is never a link. - lib/reconciliation/service.ts + schemas.ts: the account-keyed facade (bank:<cash_account_id> | skattekonto | manual:NNNN) with listReconciliationAccounts (enabled cash accounts folded per IBAN, skattekonto when configured) and getAccountStatus dispatching to the bank engine or the new one; shared Zod shapes for the v1 registry, MCP schemas and the UI (PR 2). Tests: identity on a mixed fixture, storno pair, stale snapshot, awaiting window, window scoping, failed ledger read, live-linked entries never proposed; matcher one-to-one and split-line cases; proposal refresh writes/clears; service dedupe and dispatch. No UI in this PR. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): roundOre instead of inline öre rounding (guard ratchet) The antipattern ratchet counts Math.round(x*100)/100; the new engine used it in five places. Switch to roundOre from @/lib/money and ratchet the baseline down by the three occurrences this removes net of the matcher rewrite. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reconciliation): three doors over one engine: dashboard routes, v1 API and MCP tools for account-keyed reconciliation PR 2 of the Avstämning build (design: Avstämning via API och MCP). Every door calls lib/reconciliation/{service,items,actions}.ts; none re-implements a link. - lib/reconciliation/items.ts: listAccountItems per account_key, the page's buckets (proposed, unmatched_external, unmatched_ledger, matched, ignored, upcoming), limit/offset; skattekonto from the engine, bank from the scoped transactions + unlinked GL lines (netted per entry). - lib/reconciliation/actions.ts: matchPairs (pairs or use_proposals, dry run, partial success with codes), unmatchLink, setItemIgnored; emits reconciliation.matched / reconciliation.unmatched. - lib/skatteverket/skattekonto-link.ts: canonical core link semantics for a skattekonto row (single line or entry net on 1630, live-link guard, race-safe update, unlink, ignore); the extension keeps its own matchSkattekontoToEntry until its tests are ported. - Dashboard routes /api/reconciliation/accounts[...]: list, status, items, links (POST), links/{linkId} (DELETE), items/{itemId}/ignore (POST); apply directly (a human clicked). - v1 routes /api/v1/companies/{id}/reconciliation/accounts[...]: same six, withApiV1, new scopes reconciliation:read / reconciliation:write (write is a staging scope for SoD), Idempotency-Key + dry_run on writes, registered for OpenAPI, load-routes, skills/accounted-api regenerated. Legacy bank routes and their transactions:* scopes unchanged. - MCP: gnubok_get_reconciliation_status takes account_key (legacy bank path untouched), new gnubok_list_reconciliation_items (default catalog), gnubok_reconcile_match (stages reconciliation_match, preflight = status) and gnubok_reconcile_unmatch (stages reconciliation_unmatch), both search-only to stay under the tools/list payload ceiling; gnubok_link_transaction_to_journal_entry moved to search. Executors in commit.ts; risk tiers medium/low; migration pair 20260823130000/130001 adds the two op types to the CHECK constraint (value list = live prod as of 2026-08-23 + the two); close_period loadout updated. Tests: service/actions/items/link unit tests, v1 route tests (401/403/400/404/ happy, idempotency, dry run), dashboard route tests, MCP tool tests + the guard suite (payload ceiling, descriptions, staging meta, qualified ids). Guards and apiskill:check green; no type errors in changed files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): refresh the v1 spec snapshot and keep the ignore update readable by the phantom-column guard The six new v1 reconciliation endpoints and the two new scopes were not recorded in the spec snapshot, and setSkattekontoRowIgnored updated through one conditional payload, which the phantom-column scanner cannot read (ceiling 380 -> 381). Two literal payloads instead; snapshot updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reconciliation): the Avstämning page, one body for every account with an outside truth /reconciliation in Arbeta (after Transaktioner), on the approved layout: an account rail on the left (bank accounts and the skattekonto, logo or monogram, last fetch, status dot, URL-owned selection), and for the selected account four tiles (outside, ledger, difference, unexplained), the bridge that explains the difference, an actions row (link the proposed pairs, book the unbooked skattekonto events, run the bank matcher) and a full-width table banded by bucket with proposal rows linkable one by one. Every read and write goes through the PR 2 dashboard routes, so the page shows exactly what the v1 API and the MCP tools see. Also: nav item, command palette entry, sv/en strings. Period picker, manual match mode and sign-off are deliberately not here (PR 4/5). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reconciliation): sign-off, period picker, Hem row and the three doors for it "Markera som avstämd t.o.m. <datum>" as an append-only attestation: account_reconciliations (who signed which account through which date, with the numbers as they stood; reopen stamps instead of deletes; RLS members write as themselves, viewers read). Policy in one place (lib/reconciliation/signoff.ts): refused with an unexplained difference unless forced with a note, refused past today or past the skattekonto snapshot, refused at or before an active sign-off; reopen is the undo. Every status read now carries the latest active sign-off and the rail shows "avstämt t.o.m.". Three doors: dashboard routes (GET/POST .../signoff, POST .../reopen), v1 (same, scope reconciliation:signoff, Idempotency-Key, dry-run, registry + regenerated API skill), MCP gnubok_reconcile_signoff (search catalog, stages reconciliation_signoff after a policy dry run; executor + risk tier + op-type CHECK migration pair). Events reconciliation.signed_off / reconciliation.reopened, and the four reconciliation events join the public webhook set (additive; API version unchanged, changelog section added). Page: räkenskapsår + range picker in the header (own preset memory, opens on this month) scoping the bridge, the items and the default sign-off date; sign-off dialog with the forced-with-note path; reopen on hover. Hem: worklist category reconciliation_due ("Konton att stämma av"), zero until the company has signed anything off. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): classify reconciliation:signoff as a tenant write for the MCP role guard gnubok_reconcile_signoff carries the deliberately separate reconciliation:signoff scope; the central viewer guard keys on the :write/:approve/:manage suffixes, so a viewer could reach the tool (RLS would still refuse the row, but the guard is the intended layer). Add :signoff to the classifier; the strictness test that caught it now passes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(providers): serve local rate-limiter waiters in arrival order Two callers that both found the in-memory bucket empty each set their own timeout; the timeouts expired at the same instant from different timer lists and which woke first was platform-dependent. hydrateInvoices relies on "started first, requested first" to serve open invoices before paid ones, so lib/providers/__tests__/hydrate-invoices.test.ts flipped on CI (twice on #1817) while holding locally. A promise queue makes the local waiters FIFO without changing the rate; the Upstash path is untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> (cherry picked from commit 14a7599bf2c6fa7f97de6ffab3dc4cf4d0e1827d) * feat(reconciliation): agent surfaces: summary resource, attention category, reconcile-month skill, skattekonto notice, fair sync order Accounted://reconciliation/summary: every reconcilable account with its state, unexplained difference, open counts, last fetch and latest sign-off, plus a next step; the rail as a resource, on the same service function the page and v1 use. Accounted://attention gains reconciliation_due (shared predicate with the Hem row). A reconcile-month workflow skill and the reconcile_month loadout describe the account-keyed flow (summary -> bridge -> buckets -> sign-off). The skattekonto sync persists its reconciliation summary (skattekonto_reconciliation_latest) so the new Hem notice skv_unexplained ("Skattekontot stämmer inte med bokföringen: X är oförklarat", link to /reconciliation?account=skattekonto) costs one small read instead of a bridge computation per render; it honours the drift tolerance and its id carries the whole-krona amount so öre noise never resurfaces a dismissal. The skattekonto sync cron orders eligible companies by stalest sync (never-synced first) before its per-run cap, so the tail is no longer starved by a fixed order. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: retrigger preview build (builder OOM during Running TypeScript, not the diff) * fix(reconciliation): visual pass round 1: full-width table, bank tile shows the period sum From Jakob's first look at the page on real data: - The items table now spans the full page width (the approved layout); the rail + tiles + bridge + actions stay in the two-column grid above it, which now lives inside AccountOverview (the rail rides in as a prop) so the table can break out below. - The bank account's first tile said "okänt": it read external_balance (the reported bank balance, often unknown) while its label says Banktransaktioner i perioden. It now shows the bridge's period sum, matching the label, the difference and the bridge line. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reconciliation): bank brand icons in the rail The rail resolves each bank account's icon from its connection's bank_name (falling back to the account name) against square brand icons committed under public/logos/banks/: the set covers every bank with a live connection in prod as of 2026-08-24 (SEB, Lunar, Handelsbanken, Swedbank, Nordea, Svea, Länsförsäkringar, Revolut, Wise, Danske, Klarna, Northmill, PayPal, plus Stripe for named accounts). Word-boundary matching so lookalike names never hijack a logo; anything unmatched (the small sparbanker, file imports) keeps the monogram. The skattekonto already had its Skatteverket mark. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): label the bank period sum as netto Jakob read 'Banktransaktioner i perioden 399 941 kr' as gross activity (his is ~1,9 MSEK) and rightly asked why it was so low: the value is the net movement (in - out), which is what the bridge compares against the net booked movement on the ledger account. Verified against raw prod data (237 rows, 1 169 126,40 in, -769 185,04 out = 399 941,36). The tile and the bridge line now say '(netto)' / '(net)'. feat(reconciliation): account-keyed engine: one bridge for bank and skattekonto (#1813)
Switch to roundOre from @/lib/money and ratchet the baseline down by the three occurrences this removes net of the matcher rewrite. feat(skatteverket): expose filed VAT declarations and decisions via the v1 API (#1773)
* feat(skatteverket): expose filed VAT declarations and decisions via the v1 API Add GET /api/v1/companies/:companyId/skatteverket/vat-declarations, returning a period's momsdeklaration as Skatteverket has it on file: the submitted declaration (SKV /inlamnat) and Skatteverket's beslut (SKV /beslutat), either individually via ?state= or both. - Auth: compliance:read scope; member-visibility read model per #1673 (resolveReadAuth: caller's token, any member's active token, or system credentials with a verified ombud grant). - Architecture: core reaches the Skatteverket extension through the registry-resolved services channel (contract in lib/skatteverket/declaration-status.ts), so core never imports from @/extensions/. - New structured error SKATTEVERKET_API_ERROR (502) for upstream SKV failures; 404 from SKV maps to submitted/decided = null with HTTP 200. - 19 new tests (route: auth, validation, extension-disabled, happy path; extension service: auth resolution, state filtering, SKV error mapping). Fixes #1663 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): address review findings on the vat-declarations read API Consolidated fixes for PR #1773 review round: - apiskill sync (core-build Checks): map the new skatteverket endpoint group into the periods.md reference and regenerate skills/accounted-api (124 -> 125 operations). - CodeRabbit: parse the SKV 2xx body before writing the audit row, so an unreadable body is audited as skv_error and returns the structured SKATTEVERKET_API_ERROR 502 instead of escaping as an internal 500; regression test added. - Compliance swarm (ISO A.8.12 / SOC2 CC6.1): stop forwarding the raw upstream SKV response body to API consumers; the caller now gets the status code and a generic Swedish message, the body is logged server-side only. - Compliance swarm (GDPR Art.30): add the moms.declaration_status_read processing activity to .compliance/ropa.yaml (live read, no payload persisted, audit-log metadata only). fix(skattekonto): bound the sync to the first räkenskapsår, add an ignore path, EF-aware avdragen skatt (#1729)
* fix(skattekonto): scope the sync and the avdragen-skatt rule for enskild firma
Two EF problems on the skattekonto surface:
1. Stuck pre-company rows. The sync never passed datumFrom, so SKV's
~555-day default lookback imported the owner's PERSONAL skattekonto
history from before the company existed. Those rows can never be
booked (no fiscal period covers them), never deleted (external
mirror), and had no ignore path: visible forever.
- syncSkattekonto now bounds the fetch at the company's earliest
fiscal_periods.period_start (new getEarliestFiscalPeriodStart in
period-service; no bound when no period exists yet). Applied
uniformly to EF and AB.
- New skattekonto_transactions.is_ignored column (migration
20260819080000, copies the transactions.is_ignored precedent:
CHECK that an ignored row has no journal_entry_id, partial index;
the existing company-scoped UPDATE policy already covers it) plus
PATCH /skattekonto/transaktioner/:id/ignore (409 on booked rows,
race-guarded on journal_entry_id IS NULL). Ignored rows leave the
default GET buckets; ignored_count is always reported and
include_ignored=1 returns the rows, surfaced as a count line +
"Ignorerade" band on /skattekonto and an Ignorera affordance with
confirm + Ångra on both /skattekonto and the /transactions inbox.
- PERIOD_LOCKED for a date before the first fiscal period now says
the row predates the company's bookkeeping and can be ignored,
instead of "lås upp perioden" (a dead end for those rows).
2. "Avdragen skatt" auto-mapped to 2710 for every entity type. For an
EF without employees that line is almost always A-skatt an outside
employer withheld from the owner's private salary, not the firm's
payroll liability. New data-driven skattekonto_rules.requires_employer
column (migration 20260819080100, set on the avdragen-skatt seed and
its per-company clones); the matcher gates such rules for an
enskild_firma unless company_settings.employer_registered is true
(the existing AGI gate signal, fetched in the same settings query).
Gated rows take the NO_COUNTER_ACCOUNT path with a distinct hint;
AB and employer-registered EF keep 2710 unconditionally. Regression
guard pins EF preliminärskatt to 2013.
The nightly sync upsert excludes is_ignored so it can never silently
un-ignore a row. New pg tests for the CHECK + RLS need a test:pg run.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(skattekonto): clamp datumFrom to the SKV window, gate ignored rows, widen the employer signal
Review fixes on the EF-scoping PR:
- sync: clamp datumFrom to max(earliestPeriodStart, today - 555 days); a
bookkeeping start older than SKV's 555-day default is omitted entirely,
since sending it would widen the window past the default and anything
older than ~915 days fails the whole sync with felkod 2. The misleading
"no-op for AB" comment is corrected and boundary tests added.
- booking/match: an ignored row now throws a typed ROW_IGNORED error
(409) before any draft is created or link is written, in both
bokforSkattekontoTransaction and matchSkattekontoToEntry.
- page: the Nasta dragning / shortfall math re-includes ignored upcoming
charges (SKV draws them regardless of our ignore flag) while the
work-list buckets keep excluding them.
- employer gate: treat employer_registered ?? pays_salaries as the
signal (same fallback as lib/tax/deadline-config.ts), so an EF that
attested pays_salaries keeps 2710 for avdragen skatt.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* test(skattekonto): assert the is_ignored RLS toggle inside the rolled-back transaction
withUserContext always rolls back (tests/pg/setup.ts), so the previous test
wrote inside it and read the pre-write value back on the pool connection:
it failed against a correct policy and would have passed against a missing
one only by accident. The assertions now live inside the same transaction,
pin rowCount=1 (an RLS-filtered UPDATE silently matches zero rows), and a
new test pins the negative: a non-member's UPDATE matches zero rows.
Falsification-verified against a real Postgres: dropping the UPDATE policy
makes both tests fail; with the policy they pass.

fix(salary): show the AGI kvittensnummer from agi_declarations regardless of who fetched it (#1692)
* fix(salary): show the AGI kvittensnummer from agi_declarations regardless of who fetched it
When the kvittens cron (or the post-connect refresh) picks up a signed AGI it
deletes the period-scoped agi_submission_{period} cache on purpose, and the
salary run then rendered "Skickad till Skatteverket <date>" with no
kvittensnummer, signatory or signing time even though all three were stored
on agi_declarations. Since the cron runs every 15 minutes while the panel
polls only three times after the signing link is created, that was the
normal outcome for anyone who signs at an unhurried pace (#1597).
GET /agi/status now serves the receipt from agi_declarations
(kvittensnummer, response_data.signeradAv/signeradTid, submitted_at,
submittedAtEstimated) whenever the cache is absent; the cache still wins
when present because it is the only place the in-flight states live. The
declaration-sourced record deliberately carries no salaryRunId (the period
row is repointed at a correction run on regeneration), so ownership is
resolved from signeradTid/submittedAt against the run's agi_submitted_at
stamp and from updatedAt = submitted_at. AGIPanel labels the timestamp as
approximate when it is our reconciliation-time fallback rather than
Skatteverket's signeradTid. The MCP gnubok_agi_status tool uses the same
read.

fix(skatteverket): let company members read data connected by another member (#1691)
Closes #1673. Token rows are per (user, company), but the read resolver short-circuited to the caller's own row whenever a userId was passed, so a member who never pressed "Anslut" resolved to "no token" for a company that was connected. The company-wide fallback used .maybeSingle(), which errors as soon as two members have both connected and turned that into "nobody connected" for everyone. - resolve-auth: findCompanyTokenUser() reads all of the company's rows ordered by created_at desc and picks the caller's own active row first, then any other member's active row, then needs_reconsent rows; the userId branch no longer short-circuits. The auth carries the token OWNER's userId so refresh writes back to the owner's row. - /skattekonto/saldo and /skattekonto/sync resolve the company token instead of getTokens(caller); /declaration/submitted and /decided answer a SESSION_EXPIRED reconnect prompt for needs_reconsent instead of NOT_CONNECTED. Connect/disconnect//status stay on the caller's own row. - The connection.expired event names the token owner, not the caller who triggered the sync; the notification lookup filters by company too. - The two kvittens crons flag needs_reconsent through the same shared pick instead of .maybeSingle(). Tests: two members, one connects, both read; both connect, both read; no row -> NOT_CONNECTED; dead-only rows -> reconnect prompt; sync auth carries the owner; event recipient is the owner. fix(supabase): stop server clients leaking a 30s refresh ticker per request (#1612)
* fix(supabase): stop server clients leaking a 30s refresh ticker per request
`autoRefreshToken` defaults to true in supabase-js, and off-browser
@supabase/auth-js starts the refresh ticker unconditionally:
// in non-browser environments the refresh token ticker runs always
this.startAutoRefresh()
That is a setInterval firing every 30 s. It calls unref(), so the process
still exits, tests pass, and Vercel never notices because the process is
torn down long before the tickers accumulate. But unref() does not make a
timer collectable: it stays registered in the event loop and remains a GC
root for its callback, which closes over the GoTrueClient, the
SupabaseClient, and the whole request scope around it.
A long-running self-hosted instance therefore leaks one timer plus one
entire request graph (socket, IncomingMessage, ServerResponse, headers,
route context: ~100 kB) per client constructed. One died of "JavaScript
heap out of memory" after 42 h, the last 24 of them completely idle. The
heap snapshot showed 445 retained request graphs and ~1050 Timeouts in
the 30 000 ms bucket, retained via `autoRefreshTicker`, and the rate
matched the traffic exactly: the Docker healthcheck polls /api/health
every 30 s and the webhook dispatch cron runs every minute, so
3 clients/min x 148 min = 444.
- new lib/supabase/service-client.ts: createServiceRoleClient() applies
SERVER_AUTH_OPTIONS, spread LAST so a caller passing its own auth block
cannot re-enable the ticker
- 22 call sites migrated; only booking-templates/sync/cron had ever
passed the options itself
- guard 9 in no-new-antipatterns.mjs fails CI on any new value import of
supabase-js's createClient outside the wrapper; type-only imports are
fine. Verified to fail on a deliberate regression and pass once fixed
- browser clients untouched: a signed-in tab genuinely needs the refresh,
and lib/supabase/client.ts is built on createBrowserClient anyway
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(checks): catch namespace imports in the leaky-supabase-client guard
The guard only matched named imports, so
import * as sb from '@supabase/supabase-js'
sb.createClient(url, key)
reached createClient through member access without ever naming it, and
passed. Verified against the real script before and after: the shape is
flagged now, and `import type * as sb` still passes.
Namespace value imports are treated as leaky outright rather than tracking
member access, which keeps the check a regex over source text with no new
dependency.
Review also suggested excluding *.test.tsx alongside *.test.ts. Skipped: the
repo has no .test.tsx files, and all four sibling checks in this file use
`.test.ts`. Diverging in one of them would read as an accident; if such files
appear, all four should change together.

feat(import): import skattekontoutdrag files into the skattekonto pipeline (#1637)
* feat(import): import skattekontoutdrag files into the skattekonto pipeline Users can now upload the kontohändelse export from Skatteverket's skattekonto e-service (current CSV layout, verified against a real 2026-08 export, plus legacy .skv files) instead of needing the paid API connection. Parsed rows land in skattekonto_transactions as booked file_import rows and inherit the existing 1630 rules engine, bulk booking, match-to-verifikat and both UIs unchanged. - Core parser lib/import/skattekonto-file/ with strict detection (orgnr header + saldo markers, or two distinct SKV vocabulary terms plus row shape), sum-integrity check (opening + rows must equal closing) and a wrong-company guard against company_settings. - computeDedupKey moves to core (lib/skatteverket/skattekonto-dedup); the extension re-imports it. File rows hash-key; content-signature partitioning skips rows already booked (either key form) and promotes matching upcoming rows in place. - syncSkattekonto gains a takeover step: an id-keyed API row adopts a matching hash-keyed imported row in place, so journal links survive connecting the API after a file import. Upcoming rows can no longer clobber a booked row on hash collision. - New skattekonto_file_imports table (company-scoped file-hash dedup) plus source/file_import_id provenance columns on skattekonto_transactions. - /import gains a Skattekontoutdrag wizard (upload/preview/result, deep link ?mode=skattekonto); the bank-file flow detects skattekonto files and redirects instead of importing them as bank rows. - /skattekonto renders imported rows for unconnected companies (attn line + import CTA) instead of discarding them behind the StartCard. - Free for everyone: the local-data booking/match routes were already ungated; only API sync/saldo stay capability-gated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skattekonto): align the EF F-skatt rule with the 2012 -> 2013 decision 20260810120000 established that 2012 is not standard BAS and moved the booking templates to 2013 (owner taxes in an enskild firma are an eget uttag), but the skattekonto_rules seed still booked EF preliminarskatt against 2012. The file importer makes this rule fire for every EF F-skatt row, so bring it onto 2013 too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): apply review findings on the skattekonto file import - Fix the takeover candidate comparator: the single-argument sort was an inconsistent relation and could adopt a stale upcoming row ahead of the booked file row in a 3+ candidate queue (regression test added), and page the candidate scan with fetchAllRows so a multi-year window is not silently capped at 1000 rows. - Fail parsing when a statement HAS saldo markers but not both readable balances: a file cut off before "Utgående saldo" previously skipped the sum check entirely. sum_valid stays null only for marker-less legacy files. - Count a promotion only when the UPDATE matched a row, so a concurrent sync cannot inflate promoted_count; log a failed finalize of the import record instead of discarding the error. - Migration (unshipped, edited in place): user_id is nullable with ON DELETE SET NULL so import records and their file-hash dedup survive user deletion, and the INSERT policy binds user_id to auth.uid() so a member cannot attribute an import to a colleague. pg tests cover both. - Make the upload drop zone keyboard-reachable (role, tabIndex, Enter/ Space) and give the six count-bearing strings ICU plural forms in both locales. Skipped with reasons on the PR: binding execute rows to file bytes and re-checking orgnr in execute (same client-trust model as the shipped bank-file execute; Zod + RLS scope writes to the caller's own company), a 404 test (the route has no not-found path), event-bus clearing in the route test (the route touches no events), and FK NOT VALID (new column referencing a brand-new empty table). fix(skattekonto): deep-link Skapa verifikat manuellt to a prefilled, auto-linked verifikat (#1621)
* fix(skattekonto): deep-link Skapa verifikat manuellt to a prefilled, auto-linked verifikat "Skapa verifikat manuellt" in the SkattekontoBookDialog routed to plain /bookkeeping: the user landed on the list with no form, no prefill and no link to the row (reported by a user for a Slutlig skatt event, which has no booking rule by design). The CTA now deep-links to /bookkeeping?skv_tx=... carrying the row's id, date, text and amount. The bookkeeping page opens the Nytt verifikat dialog prefilled (1630 on the correct side per the booking sign convention, balanced counter line with the motkonto left to pick, date and description set) and, once the verifikat is saved (posted or draft), links it back to the skattekonto row via the existing match endpoint. A failed link degrades to a destructive toast pointing at the manual "Matcha mot verifikat" path. The URL params are prefill convenience only: the match route re-validates ownership, ALREADY_BOOKED and ENTRY_ALREADY_LINKED server-side. The parse/build/line-shaping contract lives in core lib (lib/skatteverket/manual-verifikat-prefill.ts, unit-tested) because the bookkeeping page cannot import from the extension. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skattekonto): keep deep-link payload out of the URL + share the 1630 constant Resolves the PR #1621 review findings in one pass: - Compliance swarm (GDPR Art.5(1)(f), ISO A.8.12): the deep link no longer carries date, text and amount as query params, where they would persist in browser history, access logs and Referer headers. The row payload is staged in sessionStorage, consumed single-use and validated against the opaque skv_tx id, which is all the URL exposes. A missing or mismatched payload degrades to the plain /bookkeeping list; the auto-link itself is still validated server-side by the match route. - Swedish accounting review note: SKATTEKONTO_ACCOUNT ('1630') is now imported by the extension's booking and match libs from the core prefill lib instead of being duplicated, so prefill and server-side booking cannot drift. - CodeRabbit docstring warning: the new lib exports carry docstrings. Storage is injectable (PrefillStorage) so the node-env tests cover the round-trip, single-use semantics, id mismatch, malformed payloads and a throwing privacy-mode storage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(skattekonto): record the sessionStorage staging window as accepted residual risk The compliance swarm's remaining LOW finding (ISO A.8.12) offers documentation as its remediation path: an XSS attacker already reads the full ledger via the session's authenticated APIs, so the sub-second sessionStorage staging window adds no capability worth a server-issued token roundtrip. Recorded in the lib header and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(skatteverket): request the AGI kvittens scope and stop misdiagnosing the 403 (#1596)
* fix(skatteverket): request the AGI kvittens scope, not just the inlamning one
AGI is backed by two SKV APIs and each needs its own scope, but DEFAULT_SCOPES
only carried `agd`. That covers arbetsgivardeklaration/inlamning (POST underlag,
kontrollresultat, spara, skapaGranskningsunderlag), so a filing submits and
signs perfectly. The kvittens read lives on hanteraredovisningsperiod, which
requires `agdredovisningperiod`, so the flow died on its very last step with
403 {"error": "The required scopes are not authorized"}.
Confirmed against production: the same APIGW client id and secret reach the
bearer check on both APIs (401 "Token has been revoked" from each with a bogus
token), proving both subscriptions exist and the gateway contract was never the
problem, and SKV's application registration lists `agd`, `agdredovisningperiod`
and `momsdeklaration` as three separate scopes.
The body is identical to the APIGW subscription gap of #973, which is why
api-client's classification cannot distinguish the two from the string alone;
that split still needs the gateway-side check, so it is left as is.
Note the spelling `agdredovisningperiod`: no genitive s, exactly as SKV
registers it. Pinned with a scope-set regression test, since this is the third
time a scope has gone missing (#431 removed `ska` the same way) and the damage
is always invisible until a real filing fails.
The AGIPanel missing-scope banner now checks both scopes. It only looked for
`agd`, so the token shape that actually hurts, one that gets all the way
through signing before failing, produced no warning at all.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(skatteverket): stop blaming the APIGW subscription for a missing token scope
`{"error": "The required scopes are not authorized"}` has two causes and the
gateway never says which: our APIGW client has no subscription for the API
(#973), or the token lacks the scope that API requires. The message named only
the first, so a real production filing spent its debugging time in
Utvecklarportalen while the actual fix was a scope the code never requested.
The message now names both knobs, and says WHICH service refused. That last
part is what was really missing: the sibling inlamning API kept working
throughout, so "Skatteverket denied the call" pointed at nothing. Ruling the
two apart still needs the out-of-band test (call the API with a deliberately
invalid bearer and the same Client_Id: a subscription gap fails at the gateway
with this body, a scope gap reaches the bearer check and answers 401), which is
now documented at the predicate instead of living in someone's memory.
Classification is deliberately unchanged. ACCESS_DENIED stays out of
RECONSENT_ERROR_CODES: the scope case does need a reconnect, but only after the
scope exists, so an automatic reconsent would rebuild the self-perpetuating
banner of #1155.
This reverses one specific decision from #1250, which removed the
SKATTEVERKET_SYSTEM_SCOPES mention on the reasoning that the gateway rather
than the scope list had refused. That reasoning assumed the body could tell
them apart. It cannot. The test asserting the omission is inverted, with the
reason recorded.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(salary): make the AGI kvittens-scope notice dismissible
The two AGI scopes get different treatments in AGIPanel: a token
without agd keeps the hard reconnect nudge, but a token missing only
agdredovisningperiod gets its own softer, dismissible notice. Every
existing hosted token lacks the new scope, and until Skatteverket's
application registration carries it a reconnect mints the same grant
again (SKV silently drops unregistered scope names), so a hard
reconnect demand would be the #1010 un-clearable banner, with each
futile attempt costing a BankID round-trip. Dismissal persists per
granted scope string: a futile reconnect stays quiet, a widened grant
re-evaluates from scratch.
Also asserts the shared prenumeration/scope message and the refused
API path on the 401 contract test, matching the 403 test (review nit).

* fix(salary): point the kvittens-scope notice at Skatteverket's own e-service
The compliance review flagged that dismissing the notice could leave a
filer without a software-side path to the receipt. Retrieval never
depended on the notice (the kvittens cron retries server-side and the
period's status row stays unconfirmed until a kvittens lands), but the
copy now also names the fallback that always works: verifying the
receipt in Skatteverket's Arbetsgivardeklaration e-service.

* fix(salary): use the ladder radius on the kvittens notice
The radius ladder guard landed on main after this notice was written;
rounded-md is dead vocabulary, bordered boxes are rounded-lg.

* fix(salary): scope the kvittens-notice dismissal to the employer
The localStorage key carried only the granted scope string, so on a
shared browser one company's dismissal hid the notice for every other
company with an identical grant. Skatteverket tokens are per company,
so the key now includes arbetsgivare alongside the scope string; the
same-grant reconnect behavior per company is unchanged.

fix(scoping): Skatteverket per företag + nåbara startkort + företags-scopade val (#1610)
* fix(scoping): skatteverket per company + true pristine gates + scoped dismissals Skatteverket connections become per (user, company): the token table carried BOTH UNIQUE(user_id) and UNIQUE(company_id) (two stacked half migrations), so one connection leaked "connected" onto every company the user belongs to, sync ran the token against the wrong orgnr (behorighet 403), and reconnecting from another company silently moved the row and went dark on the first company's crons. Token reads/writes are now scoped by company through the whole chain (token-store, api-client refresh coalescing, skvRequest and its 21 call sites, resolve-auth, crons, MCP), /skattekonto/saldo answers 401 NOT_CONNECTED for companies without their own row (which is what the page's startkort keys on), and the dashboard connect-nudge counts only the active company's row. Bookkeeping's pristine start card now keys on all-years emptiness via a count probe instead of "no active filters": the default fiscal-year selection counted as a filter, which made the card unreachable on brand-new companies (it showed "inga traffar" instead). Two browser-global localStorage keys become company-scoped with legacy fallbacks: the inbox onboarding dismissal (dismissing on one company hid the card everywhere) and the periodisering auto-detect toggle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(scoping): dedupe cron work per (user, company) + guard the ledger probe CodeRabbit findings on #1610: the skattekonto sync cron still deduped token rows by user_id alone, which would drop every company but one for multi-company operators (the exact scenario the PR fixes); and the all-years ledger probe could leave a stale false behind on a failed refetch, letting the pristine card render unconfirmed. The probe now resets to unknown in flight and carries the fetch generation guard. feat(skattekonto): bulk Bokför + inline single-row booking (fewer clicks) (#1535)
* feat(skattekonto): bulk Bokför and inline single-row booking
Booking a year of skattekonto events took 6 clicks per row (list, Bokför,
review page, Bokför, confirm, navigate back), even for a +1 kr
intäktsränta row.
- GET /skattekonto/transaktioner now attaches a deterministic
booking_suggestion per unbooked row (one hoisted skattekonto_rules +
entity_type fetch via the new attachBookingSuggestions), shown as muted
text on the inbox row ('Bokförs mot 8314 ...').
- New POST /skattekonto/transaktioner/bokfor-batch (Zod, max 200 ids):
sequential draft+commit per row server-side (no orphan drafts), per-row
results, never aborts on a row failure. Commit attribution: bulk_accept
for real batches, user_accept for the one-row inline flow. A failed
commit keeps the linked draft (degrades to the old review flow).
- Inbox: hover-reveal checkboxes on eligible SKV rows (suggestion
present, no duplicate hint, unbooked, genomförd), separate skvSelectedIds
set, bulkbar 'Bokför valda (N)' with ONE summary ConfirmationDialog
grouped by suggestion with per-group sums, chunked batchProgress, ONE
aggregate toast, local state patch with exit animation.
- Single-row: new SkattekontoBookDialog (dynamic import) replaces the
draft-then-window.location detour on both /transactions and /skattekonto;
'Öppna som utkast' keeps the old draft path via router.push.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(skattekonto): batch booking guards for unsettled rows, double-post race and locked periods
- reject status != booked rows in the batch flow with NOT_SETTLED before
any draft exists (server no longer trusts client eligibility); the
single-row draft endpoint keeps its behaviour
- make the journal_entry_id backlink a conditional claim (update where
journal_entry_id is null, select affected rows): zero affected rows maps
to ALREADY_BOOKED and commitEntry only runs after a won claim, so two
concurrent submissions can no longer double-post the same row
- detect the period-lock trigger signature in the batch catch and map it
to PERIOD_LOCKED with Swedish text instead of UNKNOWN with raw DB output
- SkattekontoBookDialog: rows with no matched rule no longer get the
guaranteed-422 draft CTA; they route to the existing match flow and to
manual verifikat creation in /bookkeeping
- pass an explicit skv_book_dialog.commit_warning key for the
direct-commit warning instead of ConfirmationDialog's hardcoded default

fix(skatteverket): stop classifying the APIGW scope-contract 403 as MISSING_SCOPE (#1250)
* fix(skatteverket): stop classifying the APIGW scope-contract 403 as MISSING_SCOPE
The user-mode 403 branch matched the substring `required scope`, which also
matches the MuleSoft APIGW contract body `{"error": "The required scopes are
not authorized"}`. That body is a subscription gap on our APIGW client (#973),
decided before the bearer is evaluated, so it says nothing about the user's
token. Calling it MISSING_SCOPE put it in RECONSENT_ERROR_CODES, so a
successful reconnect ran runPostConnectRefresh -> syncSkattekonto -> 403 and
instantly re-flagged the row: the reconnect banner perpetuated itself and no
amount of reconnecting could clear it.
Token-scope detection is now a positive match on the two documented shapes
(the OAuth `invalid_scope` code, and SKV's "The required scope <x> has been
requested for that access token." per AGI Tjänstebeskrivning v1.7 §4.1.2.2).
The gateway signature is checked first and maps to ACCESS_DENIED, which is
deliberately not a reconsent code. System mode keeps SYSTEM_AUTH_FAILED for
both (run-level config either way) but no longer points the operator at
SKATTEVERKET_SYSTEM_SCOPES when the gateway is what refused, and the same
wording on a 401 now joins the existing APIGW branch instead of falling
through to SESSION_EXPIRED (also a reconsent code).
Refs #1155 (item 1), #973
* fix(skatteverket): let the gateway signature win over the OAuth challenge header on 401
Review follow-up: the 401 path checked WWW-Authenticate for invalid_scope
before looking at the body, so a MuleSoft contract error arriving with an
OAuth-shaped challenge header would still be classified MISSING_SCOPE. Both
that and SESSION_EXPIRED are reconsent codes, so either verdict re-arms the
banner the user just tried to clear.
The gateway body check now runs first, mirroring the 403 path, and the
redundant entry in looksLikeApigwIssue is gone. The 401 test carries the
challenge header to pin the precedence.

fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise, while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production. Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that are not repeated. userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger. State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row, consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing. provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client. provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up. Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before the scoped check ran. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A) The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in 20260416120000; this bucket was left behind. Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining legacy prefix objects. The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail the whole query instead of filtering the row out. deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to erase. The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and SHA-256 identical before repointing the row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user had been removed from the company kept reading. Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error strings with the canonical envelope. Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every other v1 read endpoint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and had become the top application consumer of production database time: measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at 7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on the booking path. PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side instead turns that into two indexed round trips. Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling. Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead, since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows. commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column, which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped on the newest rows indefinitely. The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap; the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly. ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change sort semantics on the route that currently works. Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had them. The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters, because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a write that never happened. dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write, and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to 5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0. Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the full tree. The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the lockfile, never workflow files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily. Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which settles the intent. documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession: the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention. webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line place to change that. A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list, and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they are named rather than silently rotting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email. This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined by next.config.ts. Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry personnummer and financial data. verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible. The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not forwarded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md. Structural roots closed: - resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking 1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING - ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document, not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed - sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed - tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all four baselines now empty - three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import, ungated-extension-route Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap), RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/ Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites with isSwedishUserMessage extended. Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice, recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep work and are verified green together. 13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge. 20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres). Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0 errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and ~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass: - replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid() (impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo - bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns - credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no cross-tenant figures in exception text - link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end - personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE - same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse - receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts - period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap - documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping - invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression), duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran - match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat) - refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window) - KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint - personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools - worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths - MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk - observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True, cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings call removed) Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests * fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215 pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() = 'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text, reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved. Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column, and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no longer renders as already filed. Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern (all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215 - restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch - replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap warning texts and update the pinned test expectations - drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment - strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation. fix(skatteverket): classify 400 expired-refresh-token as SESSION_EXPIRED (#1151)
The AGI kvittenser cron error-logged 'Skatteverket token refresh failed (400): access_denied / Refresh Token status is expired' every 15 minutes (19+ times on 2026-07-24 alone) and kept re-attempting the dead token against SKV forever. Only the 404 id_not_found dialect of a dead refresh session was classified as SESSION_EXPIRED; the 400 variants escaped as raw Errors, so the cron's needs_reconsent flagging never ran. Extend the classifier in refreshTokenForUser to also match the 400 'Refresh Token status is expired' body and OAuth2's standard 400 invalid_grant. With a typed SESSION_EXPIRED, the cron marks the token row needs_reconsent on the first failure and resolveReadAuth skips the connection on every later run until the user reconnects via BankID. Config-shaped 400s (invalid_client, invalid_scope) deliberately stay raw errors: a reconnect cannot fix those, and mislabeling them would re-create the self-perpetuating reconnect banner from the 2026-07 MISSING_SCOPE incident. Fix/fdb fr usrs (#1125)
* fix(invoices): return attachment filename in delivery history summaries The 20260723003000 hardening dropped attachment_filename from list_invoice_delivery_summaries, so the delivery history UI always fell back to the generic "faktura.pdf" label. Recreate the RPC with the filename included: it is derived from company name, customer name, invoice number, and date, all already visible to every company member, so the minimization boundary is unchanged. Addresses stay masked and message content, BCC, and checksums stay server-side. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): surface own-account transfer legs in match-to-voucher by default The second (incoming) leg of a transfer between two of the company's own bank accounts was hidden in the 'Matcha mot befintlig verifikation' dialog because the voucher counted as 'already matched' once its outgoing leg was linked, even though the incoming account's line had no settling transaction. Users read the empty default list as 'the app won't let me link this'. get_account_gl_lines_for_matching now counts links per settlement account: a transaction provably on another cash account no longer marks the voucher as matched for the requested account, so the unsettled transfer leg surfaces by default (and auto-selects on an exact match). Same-account N:1 stays behind the 'Visa aven matchade verifikationer' opt-in, and transactions without a resolvable cash account conservatively keep counting everywhere. get_unlinked_gl_lines is deliberately untouched (feeds auto-reconcile). Companion guard: mark_entry_as_opening_balance now refuses entries with linked bank transactions, since half-settled transfer vouchers became reachable in the reconciliation view's unmatched table where 'Mark som IB' renders; re-tagging one would strand its transaction against a movement- excluded entry. getReconciliationStatus counts unmatched GL lines with the account-scoped RPC so the status card agrees with the table. Fixes #1026 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(api): cut prod p95 latency via local JWT auth, single-RT company resolution, and report aggregate RPCs Baseline 2026-07-23 (487 prod samples): p50 160ms, p95 480ms, 13% of requests over 300ms. Target: p95 under 300ms. - requireAuth: verify JWTs locally via getClaims (ES256/JWKS) instead of a second network getUser per request; getUser fallback keeps HS256 self-hosted and existing test mocks working; middleware still revocation-checks every /api request - resolve_active_company RPC (20260723161000): one round trip replaces 2-3 queries in getActiveCompanyId and middleware; PGRST202/42501 fall back to the legacy query path - arsredovisning build-data: ~33 sequential round trips down to ~7, output byte-identical (snapshot-proven) - currency rate route: stop bypassing the exchange_rates cache (missing supabase arg caused an external Riksbanken call on every request) - document.get: parallelize row fetch, signed URL and audit event - list_company_accounts RPC (20260723170000): accounts list in one round trip instead of paging past PostgREST's 1000-row cap - vat-declaration route: drop a dead sequential company_settings query - get_kpi_report_aggregates RPC (20260723180000): KPI report's three full-period line scans collapsed into one aggregate call; dimension- filtered path unchanged - lint: fix 9 baseline errors, downgrade 4 react-hooks compiler rules to warn, zero the eslint baseline ratchet All four gates green: lint 0 errors, 9163 tests, check:guards, build. Migrations applied idempotently to staging only; prod receives them via Supabase branching on merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): resolve PR review findings across auth, VAT declaration, and IB retag - requireAuth getClaims fast path: pin iss (project URL) and aud ('authenticated'), log every fallback to getUser (ASVS V9.1 finding) - remove the ignored accountingMethod parameter from calculateVatDeclaration and the dead company_settings.accounting_method reads in xlsx/pdf/eskd routes; v1 API keeps accepting the query param but documents it as a no-op - close the mark_entry_as_opening_balance TOCTOU race with a transactions trigger (20260723190000, FOR KEY SHARE on journal_entries) + pg tests; applied to staging and smoke-verified both directions - re-add the 42501 tenant guard to branch-local migration 20260723160000 (function body had silently reverted to the pre-20260619130100 definition) - document the buildK3Noter tbFullRows full-TB contract (uppskjuten skatt opening balance per BFNAR 2012:1 ch.29) - add KPI VAT-liability test covering reduced-rate output accounts 2621/2631 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(db): use NULL-safe caller_is_company_member in opening-balance retag guard The re-added tenant guard carried the pre-20260703180000 raw NOT IN (SELECT user_company_ids()) pattern, which the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet blocks. Staging re-synced. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(year-end): administrative undo of executed year-end closing + skatteverket scope fixes (#1081)
* fix(skatteverket): request the ska scope for skattekonto v2 The skattekonto v2 API rejects skahmst-only tokens with 403 "The required scopes are not authorized" (observed in prod 2026-07-20; no company has synced since 2026-05-10). The requested `skattekonto` scope is silently dropped from every grant, while `ska` appears in one real May grant, so request it too: SKV grants the intersection, so this is harmless if wrong. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): correct the skattekonto scope model around ska Root cause of the May 10 skattekonto outage, confirmed via git history and prod token data: the `ska` scope (the interactive skattekonto API's actual scope, requested since the extension's first commit in March) was removed by the "remove unused scopes" cleanup in the #431 series. Every token issued after that hour lacks it and the API answers 403 "The required scopes are not authorized"; no company has synced since. The May 15 repair re-added skahmst, which per its tjanstebeskrivning is a different bulk E-transport service and does not substitute; `skattekonto` is not a real SKV scope name and is silently dropped from grants. Follow-up to the ska re-request (cd8f7a30): - document the confirmed scope model in oauth.ts so ska is never "cleaned up" again - panel missing-scope warning and reconnect-button now gate on ska, not skahmst/skattekonto - scope badge labels: ska takes the saldo & transaktioner label, skahmst relabeled as the E-transport file service - consent-page note covers both terse scope names and says ska is required Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(year-end): warn on untaxed profit at verkstall, Swedish readiness messages, always-visible period selector An aktiebolag could execute year-end with a profit and zero bolagsskatt booked without any warning (support case: closing moved 592k to 2099 untaxed). The preview now computes bolagsskattMissing (AB + profit + no 89xx account among closed accounts, 8999 excluded) and both the preview and execute steps render an advisory, bypassable warning. validateYearEndReadiness messages are now Swedish (the bokslut wizard is a stays-Swedish surface); the MCP year_end_readiness classifier matches both the new Swedish strings and the legacy English ones. The wizard period selector now always renders, keeps a selected-but- ineligible period selectable, and resets a stale ?period= id from another company instead of leaving the user stuck on the wrong year. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(year-end): administrative undo of an executed year-end closing Storno-only reset used when a bokslut was executed prematurely (e.g. without bolagsskatt) and no arsredovisning exists yet: reverses the next period's result_appropriation and opening_balance entries, reopens the period, reverses the closing entry, and detaches closing_entry_id. Resumable if interrupted midway; attribution per BFL 5 kap 6. Migration 20260720140000 adds the trigger escape hatch: closing_entry_id may only change once set when the old closing entry is reversed with a posted storno chain (status flag alone is forgeable via PostgREST), and a non-NULL replacement must be a posted year_end entry in the same period. Covered by a pg-real test. planResultAppropriation idempotency is now posted-only: a reversed omforing no longer blocks the re-run from posting a fresh 2099 -> 2098 reclassification (it previously returned null silently, leaving the new year's equity polluted). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address CodeRabbit, PR-Agent and compliance findings - undo script: company_id filters on verify queries, period-scope the arsredovisning precondition checks, validate service-key format, escalate audit_log insert failure to a hard error (BFNAR 2013:2) - detach migration: company-scope the storno chain EXISTS, replace the em dash in the new error message Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address round-2 compliance swarm and Swedish review findings - undo script: require --confirm-url with --commit so an env swap fails loud; retry the audit_log insert 3x and direct the operator to insert the behandlingshistorik row manually on final failure (BFNAR 2013:2) - year-end preview: document why resultAccountSummary is a complete 89xx scan; warning text now also names periodiseringsfond and overavskrivningar as legitimate zero-tax reasons Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix: GH issues batch: deadlines opt-ins, SKV reconnect, narrative edit, payment-link gating (#1076)
* fix(errors): close remaining raw-message leaks after #1048 (#337) Follow-up to PR #1048. No user-visible toast or response field can now carry a raw engine or DB message; everything maps through getErrorMessage or the structured-errors registry. - get-error-message: only normalize a code-carrying Error instance into the structured path when the registry knows the code; unknown codes (Node system errors, stray third-party codes, Error-wrapped Postgres SQLSTATEs) fall through to pattern match, Swedish check, Postgres map and the status/context/generic fallbacks instead of returning the raw message. New Swedish-detection pattern for "ar last" phrases and a known-pattern row for "already has a journal entry". - structured-errors: add CANNOT_EDIT_NON_DRAFT (409) and MANDATORY_DIMENSION_MISSING (400) rows, plus common Node network codes (ECONNREFUSED, ECONNRESET, ETIMEDOUT, ENOTFOUND, EAI_AGAIN, EPIPE) as retryable 503 transients with a Swedish message. - pending-operations commit + bulk-commit routes: map executor error strings through getErrorMessage before responding (raw stays in logs); Swedish passes through, English falls to status-appropriate Swedish. - pending page: toast via getErrorMessage, fixing raw English toasts and "[object Object]" for structured envelopes on commit/bulk/reject. - transactions book + journal-entries routes: untyped catch and DB list errors no longer return err.message; mapped or static Swedish instead. - invoice send + issue-credit-note: partial_failures reasons are now Swedish (raw provider/DB text logged, never returned). - Tests: new unknown-code/Error-instance suite, registry rows asserted, route tests updated off the pinned raw-English expectations. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): target the räkenskapsår for yearly VAT redovisningsperiod A yearly filer with a broken fiscal year has a Skatteverket period ending in its FY-end month, not December, and the panel's year state is never maintained in yearly mode (the year picker is replaced by the räkenskapsår selector), so calls targeted the wrong period even for calendar-FY companies filing after year end. The selected fiscal period now rides through the whole chain: panel query strings, draft/validate/ submit bodies, buildMomsuppgift (which resolves the FY bounds so the period id and the figures describe the same räkenskapsår), and the staged-commit path. MCP callers without a fiscal period keep the calendar fallback. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(deadlines): group same-day skattekonto deadlines into one card Moms, AGI and preliminärskatt legally share the skattekonto date (den 12:e), so a small monthly-moms employer saw 2-3 near-identical rows per month. Two or more pending system rows of the skattekonto family on the same due date now render as one grouped card with the date block once and each obligation as a sub-row keeping its own confirm-to-complete flow. Presentation only: rows, statuses, ICS feed unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(deadlines): KU + ROT/RUT + long-tail opt-in deadlines, rolling horizon Follow-ups from the #1028 audit left out of the #1057-#1060 fix stack, each with its own condition modeling: - kontrolluppgifter (KU10/KU20/KU31), due 31 Jan (SFL 24 kap. 1 §): opt-in flag suggested from ledger signals (2898 utdelning, 2393/2893 ägarlån; deliberately not 2091, see DECISIONS.md), AB only, mirroring the #1059 EU-sales suggest-and-confirm pattern. - rot_rut_begaran, due 31 Jan after the payment year (Lag 2009:194 8 §): rows generated only for years with actually PAID ROT/RUT invoices, resolved inside the generator; invoice-derived suggestion. - Long tail, explicit opt-in ('Fler deadlines'): OSS quarterly and IOSS monthly with a skipBankingDayAdjustment config flag (EU-law dates stand on weekends), Intrastat (10th banking day of the following month), punktskatt (ordinary skattedeklaration schedule), and fyllnadsinbetalning (12th of 2nd month over 30k / 3rd of 5th month, SFL 62:8 + 65 kap.). Kvarskatt deferred: needs a slutskattebesked date the app does not hold. - Rolling generation horizon: recurring types ~6 months ahead, annual 12 months, mirrored in the backfill expectation keys so the nightly cron never thrashes; regeneration now preserves manual in_progress status; one-time cleanup migration removes existing far-future rows. Migrations also applied to the staging branch, together with the previously missing 20260717xxxxxx deadline migrations (staging had drifted and lacked dismissed_at). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(arsredovisning): keep narrative editable after year-end close The narrative save endpoint refused writes whenever the fiscal period was closed/locked, but Verkstall bokslut closes the period before the arsredovisning text is ever written, so every legitimate save failed with PERIOD_LOCKED and the PDF fell back to placeholder text. The narrative is arsredovisning document text (ARL 6 kap.), not journal rakenskapsinformation, so the bookkeeping period lock does not apply. Saves are now refused only once a Bolagsverket submission for the period is registrerad (ARSREDOVISNING_REGISTERED, 409); the filed artifact was already frozen separately by the submissions immutability trigger. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): surface dead SKV connections and nudge reconnect Prod has ~70 companies that connected Skatteverket before the post-connect sync fix (#1010) and silently never synced skattekonto: the only reconnect prompt lived in the settings panel nobody revisits. - transactions-page banner when the connection is needs_reconsent or expired without refresh, linking to /settings/tax - pre-connect note in the connect panel: approve ALL behorigheter on Skatteverket's consent page (previously only shown after a failure) - wire the inert skattekonto.connection.expired event to an email nudge to the token owner; one send per consent episode via claim-first dedup in notification_log (type skv_connection_expired, partial unique index in migration 20260720090000, applied to staging) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(archive): per-year behandlingshistorik covers late-booked vouchers + Drive backup disclaimer The per-fiscal-year archive filtered audit rows by created_at within the period, dropping treatment history for bokslut entries, stornos and SIE imports booked after year end (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8). The year archive now unions the date window with every audit row touching the period's journal entries and lines, deduped by audit id; line rows (company_id NULL by trigger design) are admitted via a scoped OR and reachable on the service-role backup path. ARCHIVE_FORMAT_VERSION 2->3 forces a one-time Drive re-upload so existing archives pick up the complete history. The Drive card on /import Exportera and the LASMIG texts now state the Drive copy is a convenience backup, not the BFL 7 kap legal archive. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(decisions): clarify Arsredovisning narrative save behavior on submission status * feat(invoices): gate payment links behind invoice settings opt-in The payment-link section (manual URL field + Stripe auto-create toggle) was visible on every invoice and auto-created Stripe links on send for any connected company. It is now opt-in per company: - new company_settings.invoice_payment_links_enabled, default false for everyone (no grandfathering of Stripe-connected companies) - invoice editor hides the whole section unless enabled; a draft that already carries a link still shows it so old links stay clearable - enforced server-side in maybeCreatePaymentLinkForInvoice (after the provider lookup, so the extension-free core build never queries), so dashboard, v1, MCP and recurring sends all obey it - new toggle on Settings -> Invoicing, saves instantly; sv/en strings Migration applied to the staging branch; prod gets it on merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): add invoice_payment_links_enabled to company settings fixture The makeCompanySettings fixture missed the new required boolean, failing the core-only build's type check of tests/helpers.ts. Default false, matching the migration default. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(review): address CodeRabbit, compliance and Swedish review findings Round 2 of PR #1076 review feedback, one change per accepted finding: - pending page: res.json() safe fallback in both commit paths so a non-JSON proxy response cannot surface a raw parser error - bulk-commit: map operation status enums to Swedish display labels in the 'Redan hanterad' skip message - payment-link settings: disable the toggle while a save is in flight to prevent out-of-order PUT responses - deadlines group card: route all UI strings through next-intl (deadlines namespace, sv + en) - archive export: scope the period audit entry lookup to posted/reversed, matching the rest of the export - error tests: assert the exact registry English message for ECONNREFUSED to lock the no-leakage contract - signal routes: log.warn when best-effort lookups swallow a Supabase error (forensics), keep fail-closed behavior - narrative route: document that 'avslutad' submissions deliberately stay editable (never registered at Bolagsverket) - VAT: yearly declarations without an explicit fiscalPeriodId now resolve the räkenskapsår ending in the target year from fiscal_periods instead of assuming a calendar FY (SFL 26 kap 10-11 §§); calendar fallback only when no fiscal period exists - deadlines: IOSS deadline no longer requires vat_registered (Art. 369s has no Swedish VAT registration prerequisite) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> --------- Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/customer mcp (#1055)
* feat(mcp): kontoplan account tools + verifikat notes exposure Two gaps reported by an MCP-driven user: no account management in the API, and verifikat notes invisible to agents (they exist in the product but MCP could neither read nor write them). - add staged gnubok_create_account / gnubok_update_account (BAS 2026 prefill for catalog numbers; rename/VAT-default/SRU/activate via update; both LOW risk reference data) - add staged gnubok_set_voucher_note (notes-only annotation, legal on posted entries per the 20260608120000 trigger carve-out) and return entry_notes from gnubok_query_journal - new pending_operations types create_account / update_account / set_voucher_note (CHECK migration + validate companion, applied to staging) - tools/list payload ceiling 54K -> 56K (documented; wire contract, descriptions trimmed first) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): unstick BankID connect flow and stale connection views - respond to the OAuth callback immediately and run the post-connect refresh after the response (next/server after()): users no longer stare at Skatteverket's consumed consent page for up to 40s - open the consent flow in a full tab instead of a 600x750 popup that hid the approve button below the fold - disable connect buttons while the OAuth tab is open (parallel flows overwrote oauth_state + the PKCE verifier) and recover via a closed-tab watcher plus a delayed status refetch - persist MISSING_SCOPE token health from the post-connect sync and show an actionable "approve all permissions" notice - refetch connection state on tab visibility (settings connect panel, enable-banking panel, /skattekonto) so a connect completed in another tab or after a mobile app-switch shows up without a manual reload; fix /skattekonto never clearing its not-connected state Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(article-form): add article number field with validation to ArticleForm * feat(account): enforce account type consistency with BAS class and add validation --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/skv connection flow (#1015)
* feat(salary): one-click AGI submission with filing state machine and success feedback The AGI panel required users to know that "Ladda ner AGI-fil" was the generate step, then click submit, signing link, and kvittens manually. A nollkorning filing stalled on "AGI-XML saknas" pointing at a UI path that does not exist. - New primary button "Lamna in till Skatteverket" chains the existing endpoints client-side: generate XML if missing, POST underlag, poll kontrollresultat, create signing link, open Mina Sidor in a tab opened synchronously at click (popup-blocker safe). Inline stepper shows each step; the four old buttons become collapsed advanced/recovery actions, auto-expanded in stale-draft and rejected states. XML download stays visible and free for manual filing. - deriveAgiFilingState() + useAgiSubmission() lift the per-period submission record to the run page: the progress rail and salary hero now render the real state machine (generated, underlag inskickat, vantar pa BankID-signatur, inlamnad med kvittensnummer) instead of telling users to "lamna in" an already-submitted declaration. - Success card with kvittensnummer and signature metadata once signed, plus a toast when a poll flips the state while the page is open. - AGI kvittens cron every 15 min instead of every 2 h so filings signed on another device get stamped and emailed promptly. - Advanced submit also auto-generates, and the stale "Lon -> AGI -> Generera" error text now points at the real buttons. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(enable-banking): instant OAuth callback feedback and dead-attempt cleanup The bank redirect landed on a blank page for the several seconds the callback spent exchanging the PSD2 session and mirroring accounts, and every failed connect attempt left a status='error' row that rendered forever as an "Atgard kravs" card next to a successful retry, showing duplicate connections to the same bank. - Stream a branded "Slutfor bankanslutningen" progress page from the callback: the shell flushes before the session exchange starts and a script/meta redirect follows when the work completes, with a 30s slow-work escape hatch. Fast outcomes (denial, bad params, unknown state) keep their plain redirects. - Delete never-activated connection rows (no session_id, no accounts_data) on denial or exchange failure, and sweep leftovers for the same bank on the next connect. Established connections keep their "Atgard krävs" card via the accounts_data guard; FKs are ON DELETE SET NULL so deletion has no dependents. - Show "Banken ar ansluten: hamtar dina konton" while the settings panel loads after the callback instead of an anonymous spinner. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): reject re-send of issued invoices and gate bookkeeping on the sent flip A direct POST to /api/invoices/[id]/send against an already-issued invoice re-emailed the customer and posted a second revenue verifikat (createInvoiceJournalEntry has no dedup), overwriting journal_entry_id and orphaning the first entry. Only the UI hid the button; the v1 route and the MCP commit executor already rejected non-drafts. - Non-draft invoices now return 409 INVOICE_ALREADY_SENT. - The draft to sent status flip is an optimistic lock (status guard plus row-count check); journal entry, accrual schedules, PDF archival and the invoice.sent event only run for the request that won the flip. - On a flip failure the journal entry is deferred: the row stays draft and a retry re-runs the pipeline, ending with exactly one verifikat. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): payment links, failure visibility and sandbox guard for recurring auto-send - sendInvoiceFromSchedule now auto-creates an online payment link via applyPaymentLinkToInvoice before rendering and passes the payment link QR to the PDF: parity with the dashboard and v1 send routes, which recurring invoices silently lacked. - The recurring cron persists last_run_warning both when a claimed run throws (hourly retries stay visible on the schedule) and when a stale schedule is rolled forward, so a deterministic failure can no longer skip a month silently. - Auto-send is blocked for sandbox companies at the email chokepoint (freeze-and-retain: the invoice is still generated as a draft), covering both the cron and the run-now route with one guard. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): close the Fortnox payroll API gaps (phases 1-4) Payroll now runs end-to-end through the open API, including onboarding a client from another payroll system, with every write staged for approval. - v1: per-employee payslips (list/detail/PDF), payslip line writes, run roster attach/remove, absence ranges (per-day storage), jamkning fields, cutover opening balances (single + atomic bulk PUT), vacation balance + vacation-year-close. PUT added to the wrapper's idempotency/ test-key set (test keys could otherwise write through PUT). - MCP: 10 new tools (get_employee/get_payslip/list_absence/ get_vacation_balance reads + staged update_payslip_line, register_absence, create_employee, update_employee, set_employee_opening_balances, close_vacation_year), executors, risk tiers, op-type CHECK expansions. create_employee encrypts personnummer at staging: pending_operations never holds plaintext. - Scope-map audit retrofit: 11 formerly unmapped tools now scoped; BREAKING for keys that relied on the 4 default-allow writes. - Cutover: employee_opening_balances (derived lock trigger, self-unlocks on run correction), engine YTD/karens/liability integration, Ingaende saldon section in the employee editor. - Arbetsschema-lite: employees.hours_per_week/workdays_per_week drive the hourly/daily divisors; legacy 173/21 preserved exactly at defaults so existing pay math is byte-identical. - Vacation ledger + semesterberedning/arsavslut: recomputed per-year day balances (synced on book/correct, non-fatal), year-close with the min-20 floor, 5-year sparade-dagar expiry to forced payout, and a 2920/2940 drift adjustment via the bookkeeping engine; Semester dashboard card with preview-then-confirm dialog. - Fix: Zod 4 defaults leak through .partial(), which made every sparse employee PATCH fail validation and reset defaulted columns. Migrations 20260713100000/101000/110000/121000/122000 (applied to staging with version rows; prod via merge). vacation_ledger renamed from 20260713120000 to avoid colliding with vat_declaration_totals_rpc. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: cut dashboard page-load latency (region, round trips, caching, VAT RPC) The dominant cost was infrastructure: Vercel functions ran in iad1 (Washington D.C.) while Supabase (DB + auth) lives in eu-north-1 (Stockholm), so every request paid 4-5 transatlantic round trips of auth + company resolution before doing any real work (measured 530-1900ms for single-query GETs in prod logs). Pin functions to arn1 and cut the redundant work on top: - vercel.json: functions to arn1, same city as the database - getActiveCompanyId: preference + first-membership queries run in parallel; the fallback result doubles as validation in the common single-company case (one round trip instead of two sequential) - withRouteContext: Server-Timing header and authMs/companyMs/handlerMs in the op-completed log, so latency is attributable per phase - dashboard layout: nav badge counts off the critical path; DashboardNav loads them client-side via the new use-worklist-badges SWR hook with debounced realtime revalidation - swr (new dependency, approved): global provider; useCompanySettings shares one cache entry across consumers and renders from cache on back-navigation instead of re-showing skeletons - /pending: realtime refetch debounced; bulk operations previously fired 4 requests per row-change event - VAT declaration: new get_vat_declaration_totals RPC returns per-account totals, settlement-shape detection (#984) and source_type counts in ONE round trip instead of paging every entry+line through PostgREST. Account lists stay TS-side parameters so ACCOUNT_RUTA remains the single source of truth. Shape-exclusion coverage moved to tests/pg/vat-declaration-totals-rpc.pg.test.ts; DDL already applied to staging. - bundle: CommandPalette lazy-mounts on first Ctrl/Cmd+K, AgentChat dynamic-imports the markdown parser, @vercel/speed-insights (new dependency, approved) added for real-user timings The /salary fetch-waterfall fix from the same effort already landed inside 2084a756. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): settle öre-rounded payments from the mark-paid flow An invoice with öresavrundning shows a rounded "Att betala" on the PDF; the customer pays that amount (up to 50 öre off the stored öre total) and the invoice-page mark-paid flow rejected it with MATCH_AMOUNT_EXCEEDS_REMAINING: a dead end, while the bank-transaction match flow already absorbed the residual to 3740. - PaymentBookingDialog now proposes the rounded bank leg plus the 3740 residual line (credit when rounded up, debit when rounded down), resolved via getDisplayTotal from the per-invoice override and company_settings.ore_rounding. - settleInvoicePayment and the v1 mark-paid route absorb the sub-krona residual, gated by planInvoicePaymentForLines: absorption applies ONLY when the caller lines carry the exact residual on 3740; otherwise the strict plan applies (sub-krona partials stay partial, no-3740 overshoots keep the 400), so the GL can never diverge from the AR sub-ledger. - planInvoicePayment absorb-band boundary tightened to >= 1 kr: an exactly-1-kr overshoot used to slip past both the guard and the absorb branch and silently over-record paid_amount (pre-existing on the bank-match path). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): resolve all 7 PR compliance findings - ASVS V3.3: per-request CSP nonce on the enable-banking finalize page (mirrors the mcp-oauth consent page); inline scripts are nonce-bound - ASVS V16: decouple callback finalize work from the response stream (eager promise + next/server after()) so a client disconnect cannot drop session persistence or the consent_granted audit emit - ISO 27001 A.8.15: failed audit-event emits log through the structured logger with a stable message for log-based alerting - ASVS V2.3: recurring-invoice cron and run-now routes resolve isSandboxCompany themselves and pass an explicit suppressAutoSend flag (defence in depth around the email chokepoint, freeze-and-retain kept) - ISO 27001 A.8.11: stagePendingOperation rejects plaintext personnummer-bearing keys in params/preview_data (key-based guard; EF org numbers make value-matching unsafe) - ASVS V4.5: employee PATCH body is truly sparse; cleared number fields are omitted instead of resetting DB values to hardcoded fallbacks - ASVS V8.2.1: route-level tests pin the v1 cross-company deny (404 by convention, not 403) on the payslip PDF endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: implement vacation-year basis change validation and error handling - Added tests to block vacation-year basis changes when open balances exist. - Implemented error handling for open-balances guard query failures in the settings route. - Enhanced absence route to reject reversed date ranges with a validation error. - Updated absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert for better performance and reliability. - Refactored salary calculation logic to correctly handle age-based avgifter rates according to Skatteverket's rules. - Improved error messaging for vacation year closure adjustments. - Adjusted employee opening balances handling to preserve audit information during upserts. * feat(settings): add validation to block vacation-year basis change with open balances feat(absence): reject reversed date ranges in absence queries fix(absence): update absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert fix(employee): improve validation for jamkning dates in employee updates fix(opening-balances): ensure created_by field is preserved during upserts test(absence): enhance tests for absence range and date validations test(calculation): add tests for age-based avgifter rates and edge cases test(semesterberedning): validate vacation year closure adjustments and error handling test(employee-opening-balances): update tests to reflect changes in salary_run_employees schema * fix(migrations): implement NOT VALID constraints for pending_operations and add validation migration --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Bug/skv auth (#1010)
* fix(settings): open Skatteverket connect in a popup and fix the skahmst scope check The full-page OAuth round-trip left Skatteverket's pages and the consumed callback URL in browser history directly beneath /settings/tax, so closing settings walked Back into a dead OAuth chain and re-prompted BankID auth. The connect buttons now use the AGIPanel popup + postMessage pattern (the callback already supports window.opener); the page never navigates and the panel refetches status on success. Full-page navigation remains only as the popup-blocked fallback. Also fixes the reconnect-button condition: it checked for a scope literally named 'skattekonto', but SKV grants 'skahmst', which kept "Anslut igen" permanently visible on healthy connections. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(skatteverket): extract per-declaration AGI kvittens reconciliation Behavior-identical extraction of the kvittens cron's core (fetch kvittens, promote declaration to submitted, stamp salary_runs, clear cached submission, complete deadline, notify) into lib/agi-kvittens-reconcile.ts so the upcoming post-connect refresh can reuse it. Auth-error mapping (needs_reconsent, grant revocation, APIGW config gaps) and run-level logging stay in the cron, which is why SkatteverketAuthError propagates out of the helper on purpose. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): auto-settle production-format AGI skattekonto draws The settlement matcher only understood the SKV test environment's single combined row ("Arbetsgivardeklaration YYYYMM"). Production books the draw as two rows with Swedish month names: "Avdragen skatt maj 2026" (= total_tax) and "Arbetsgivaravgift maj 2026" (= total_avgifter), so auto-settlement has never fired against production data and the salary page kept showing paid periods as unpaid. parseAgiPeriod now also reads the month-name form (which additionally lets match suggestions resolve the period on prod rows, including beslut rows). Settlement classifies draws with start-anchored regexes so correction rows like "Beslut 260703 arbetsgivaravgift mars 2026" can never qualify, and settles a period on either the combined row matching the whole declared amount or exactly one tax row + exactly one avgift row matching their respective totals to the ore, dated to the later of the pair. Anything non-exact (partial draws, duplicates) still falls back to the manual mark-paid button. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): refresh skattekonto + kvittenser right after OAuth consent Nothing fetched Skatteverket data after a (re)connect: tokens were stored and the user redirected, with the next fetch left to the nightly cron. SKV's per-flow tokens (and refresh tokens) live ~65 minutes, so the crons usually find them dead; right after consent is the one reliable window for a personal-token fetch, which is why reconnecting never made stale numbers recover. The callback now awaits runPostConnectRefresh after storing tokens: a skattekonto sync (upsert + auto-settlement + balance snapshot) plus a kvittens re-check for this company's pending_signature AGI declarations. Awaited on purpose so popup-close means the data is already fresh and UI refetch listeners never race a background job; every step is best-effort and a refresh failure can never fail the connect that just succeeded. The callback's non-popup fallback also switches to window.location.replace so the consumed callback URL (one-shot code + state) drops out of history instead of re-running into a guaranteed CSRF error on Back. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): reload the salary dashboard after a Skatteverket reconnect Listens for the BankID popup's skatteverket-oauth-success message and re-runs load(). Because the OAuth callback awaits the skattekonto sync and AGI auto-settlement before responding, the refetch already sees settled tax-payment state: the "Skatt att betala" card flips to paid the moment the popup closes, without leaving the page. Also logs the three decisions behind this series in DECISIONS.md (awaited post-connect refresh over after(), exact-pair settlement over per-period summing, popup flow over in-place history repair). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): verify OAuth popup source identity before trusting postMessage The three 'skatteverket-oauth-success' listeners accepted any same-origin message, letting any same-origin script trigger a data reload or a fake success toast (OWASP ASVS V3.2, SOC 2 CC6.1). The two components that open the popup now keep its handle in a ref and require event.source to be that exact window; a window reference cannot be forged by same-origin scripts, which is strictly stronger than a nonce threaded through the OAuth flow. The salary dashboard never opens the popup, so its raw message listener is replaced by a 'skatteverket-connection-updated' CustomEvent dispatched only after a component has source-verified the popup (and after disconnect, so connection-state consumers stay in sync). Also extends the connect consent copy (sv + en) to disclose that connecting immediately fetches skattekonto data and checks pending AGI receipts (GDPR Art.5(1)(b) transparency). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): CSP nonce and no-store on OAuth callback, deadline on post-connect refresh Both callback HTML responses now carry a per-response nonce CSP (default-src 'none'; script-src 'nonce-...'; base-uri 'none'; form-action 'none') so injected markup could never execute, plus Cache-Control: no-store because the callback URL carries a one-shot authorization code. The jsLiteral/appUrl injection invariants are documented at the definition site. The awaited post-connect refresh is bounded by a 30-second Promise.race deadline so a hung SKV call cannot hold the OAuth callback open; on timeout the refresh continues best-effort and the user still gets the success response. Refresh failures and timeouts now log through the structured logger with companyId + userId so they are attributable in log aggregation (ASVS V16, ISO 27001 A.8.15, SOC 2 CC8.1). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): tenant guard and redacting logs in kvittens reconcile, slim cron response The agi_declarations update now also filters on company_id (ASVS V8.2.1), matching the salary_runs pattern. The reconciler and the cron's error paths log through the structured logger so third-party error strings pass personnummer redaction; uuidKvittens is dropped from log context (GDPR Art.5(1)(f) minimization, declarationId suffices). response_data gains submittedAtEstimated so the signeradTid fallback can never be mistaken for the legal filing time, and the submitted_by comment now states explicitly that it records the technical submitter while response_data.signeradAv is the authoritative legal signatory (BFL 5 kap 6 par, BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8). The cron HTTP response omits companyId per result row and sends Cache-Control: no-store; the extension_data delete documents why the period-scoped cache key needs no declaration-id guard. Cron tests observe the logger via a mock without weakening any assertion. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): diagnosable settlement refusals and signeradAv ROPA documentation Settlement refusals (candidates present but amounts mismatch) now emit a structured info log with declared-vs-drawn ore amounts per kind, so a rounding divergence between stored declaration totals and SKV's actual draw is diagnosable instead of silently falling back to the manual button. No transaction texts are logged (they can carry personal data). parseAgiPeriod documents the beslut-row audit: correction rows parse to their period on purpose for match-suggestion boosting; settlement never uses parseAgiPeriod (anchored classifiers + parseNumericAgiPeriod only) and the only callers require an exact amount+side 1630 match first. .compliance/ropa.yaml documents signeradAv (signer personnummer in the SKV kvittens stored in agi_declarations.response_data): lawful basis Art.6(1)(c) via BFL 5 kap 6 par / BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8, 7-year retention per BFL 7 kap 2 par, access via company-membership RLS. DECISIONS.md records the accepted-with-documentation calls from the compliance review. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): add 'already_claimed' status to reconcile outcomes and enhance logging for pending lookups --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/stripe skv (#1004)
* fix(salary): align pain.001 salary file with the Swedish domestic bank dialect Verified against the Swedish Common Interpretation of ISO 20022 (Bankforeningen, Common Payment Types in Sweden, Appendix 1 Example 4: Salaries) and Nordea Corporate Access pain.001 examples v2.6 (2026-06-22), and XSD-validated against the official pain.001.001.03 schema: - drop SvcLvl SEPA (SEPA credit transfers are EUR-only; omitting SvcLvl gets the domestic NURG default) - drop RmtInf (not allowed for SALA salary payments; the beneficiary statement text comes from the Dataclearing LON code) - address employees domestically: clearing as CdtrAgt ClrSysMmbId SESBA, account WITHOUT clearing as CdtrAcct Othr with SchmeNm BBAN - share the clearing/account split (Swedbank 5-digit shift, Nordea personkonto prefix dedup) between the LB and pain.001 generators via splitDomesticBankAccount, fixing pain.001 duplicating the personkonto clearing - clamp MsgId/PmtInfId/InstrId/EndToEndId to Max35Text with the per-tx counter surviving truncation; carry the org number on Dbtr - return 400 from the pain001 route on an invalid clearing instead of emitting a broken file Also includes two unrelated decision-log lines from the parallel revisor-review session (DECISIONS.md is a shared append-only log). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav): surface the year-end chain in the sidebar Add Periodiseringar, Arsredovisning (aktiebolag only) and Inkomstdeklaration (INK2 for AB, NE-bilaga for EF) to the Skatt & bokslut group, in workflow order. Entity gating via a new entityOnly flag on NavItem; isActive carve-outs extended so exactly one row lights up for the new routes. Driven by an external revisor review that concluded these features did not exist because none of them were reachable from the nav. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): Stripe Connect integration behind config gate Connect OAuth per company (only the acct_ id is stored), automatic single-use Payment Links on invoice send, deterministic payment settlement against 1686 (BAS moved acquirer receivables 1580 -> 1686), payout booking with reverse-charge fees (6570 + 4535/4598 + 2645/2614), and a 15-minute sync cron. Non-deterministic events land as needs_review, never guessed at. Fully dark without STRIPE_CONNECT_CLIENT_ID: connect returns 503, the send hook and cron no-op, and the settings page shows 'Kommer snart' (hosted) until the Connect platform is verified. Self-hosted keeps the honest not-configured message. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): add shared completeTaxDeadline and fix dead AGI deadline auto-complete generate-declaration.ts has updated non-existent columns (type/period/ status) since inception, so the arbetsgivardeklaration deadline was never auto-completed. Replace with a shared helper targeting the real schema (tax_deadline_type/tax_period/is_completed), also used by the kvittens crons and moms handlers in the follow-up commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(rot-rut): import Skatteverket beslutsfil and record decisions on payout requests Parse the beslutsfil JSON from Skatteverkets rot/rut e-tjanst and record godkant belopp on the matching begaran: matched by stored skv_referensnummer first, then exact name among active undecided requests; arenden by fakturanummer then personnummer, exactly-one or the beslut errors (all-or-nothing). Never auto-settles: recording the beslut and booking the payout are separate acts. Exposed as an API route and the gnubok_import_rot_rut_beslut MCP tool. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): system auth for background reads, one-click VAT submit, kvittens notifications Hybrid auth program: system CCG (org certificate) for background reads while personal BankID stays for interactive submissions, since SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 min and crons structurally cannot run on them. All system-auth code sits behind SKATTEVERKET_SYSTEM_AUTH_MODE (default off) with a stub transport until the Expisoft cert and CCG avtal land; auth resolution is centralized in resolve-auth.ts. Also in this change: - One-click VAT submit chaining kontrollera -> utkast -> las server-side with a stage discriminator; step-by-step buttons demoted to the overflow menu. - Kvittens crons (AGI + new VAT schedule) with email-only notifications, deduped in notification_log under the new skv_kvittens type. - Ombud grant probe + verification UI in the connect panel, and a dashboard promo card for unconnected companies. - skatteverket_company_connections table with pg-real coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): auto-settle AGI tax payment from skattekonto and surface SKV reconnect on the tax card The "Skatt att betala" card only cleared via the manual mark-paid button on the run detail page; the promised automatic flip from the Skattekonto sync was never implemented, so paid periods stayed red. - settleAgiTaxPayments: during every skattekonto sync, a booked "Arbetsgivardeklaration YYYYMM" debit row settles the matching agi_declarations.tax_paid_at, but only when the amount equals the declared total to the ore and the account is not in deficit (deterministic; drift or deficit falls back to manual). - Salary overview card: reconnect hint when the SKV token needs re-consent (link to /settings/tax, silent when the extension is off), plus an inline "Markera som betald" button reusing the existing endpoint and salary_payments strings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add cloud backup scheduling and alerting features - Implement unit tests for scheduling logic in `schedule.test.ts`, covering various scenarios for determining if a backup schedule is due. - Create a new module `backup-alert.ts` to handle failure alerts for cloud backup auto-sync, including email notifications for reauthentication and repeated failures. - Introduce `schedule.ts` to manage scheduling logic, including handling local time zones and converting between local and UTC hours. - Add CSV report generation functions in `archive-csv.ts` for trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and general ledger, ensuring compatibility with Swedish Excel formats. - Create a README generator for the archive structure in `archive-readme.ts`, providing clear documentation for users accessing backup files. - Implement tests for CSV report generation in `archive-csv.test.ts`, ensuring correct formatting and content. - Establish a full-archive coverage contract test in `full-archive-coverage.pg.test.ts` to ensure all company-scoped tables are properly classified for backup. * fix(stripe): correct invoice clearing reference and improve type safety in sync logic * fix(invoices): narrow accountingMethod before resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType settleInvoicePayment takes accountingMethod as a raw settings string, but resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType requires the 'accrual' | 'cash' union. Normalize at the call site (anything but 'cash' books as accrual), matching the existing useCashEntry semantics. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address CodeRabbit review findings and nitpicks on PR #1004 Review findings: - backup settings redirect: always force view=export over incoming params - AGI/VAT kvittens crons: isolate best-effort post-submit calls, check the signed-state persist error, guard recovery calls in catch blocks so one company cannot abort the rest; surface grant_revoked in the run summary - kvittens notifications: atomic claim-first dedup with a partial unique index; map non-uuid reference keys to deterministic uuids - grant probe: record the actual 2xx status; mTLS transport: handle response-stream errors - stripe: amount-aware idempotency keys for payment links; emit stripe.disconnected on upstream revocations - ROT/RUT beslut import: mutate in-memory request state after apply, move item + header writes into an atomic apply_rot_rut_beslut RPC, add rot_rut_payout to JournalEntrySourceTypeSchema - migrations: use NOT VALID + VALIDATE CONSTRAINT for CHECK constraints on journal_entries, notification_log and rot_rut_payout_requests - cloud backup: hour_utc-only schedule updates clear stale hour_local Nitpicks: - stripe sync: enforce the cron time budget inside per-connection event processing with idempotent cursor progress; maybeSingle for settings; honest partial-customer DTO shared with the settlement boundary - shared applyPaymentLinkToInvoice helper for both invoice send routes, v1 docblock documents step 6b and PAYMENT_LINK_FAILED - settings panel: drop redundant decodeURIComponent - cloud backup: document worst-case archive memory headroom Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Check/salary bankid api (#892)
* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup - middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard - BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once (a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first, failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors - bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account - bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink (BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method) - login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: move secondary guides into docs/, delete dead root files Move DOCKER.md, SELF-HOSTING.md, WHITELABEL.md and extensions.md (renamed EXTENSIONS.md) into a new docs/ folder and update all path references (README, setup.sh, .dockerignore image rules, docker-publish workflow comment, _example-branding, lib/branding/service.ts). Delete two dead root files: customer.json (stray API-test payload) and findings.md (point-in-time swarm audit export, criticals already filed). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(api): security & correctness hardening + withRouteContext MFA migration across API routes Audit of ~100 app/api routes. Highlights: Security - agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped - calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only - bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded - agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated Correctness - account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000 rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) -> fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes) - voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced - 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed - assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed - invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent; deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod Convention - ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation, corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right where they figured out how something should be booked. - derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking (settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart) - extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility hints instead of duplicating them - save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts diverged. The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3 templates. Also fixed along the way: - Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all. - mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a non-fileable document before download. - Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR. - FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver (never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie the roll-forward exactly to booked UB. - build-input dedupes warnings now that the PDF path runs the same mapping. Regression test asserts no RR/BR label ever contains a four-digit account number again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr" with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode (prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest years. - lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis) - Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced, naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread - SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and now renders them - opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return 409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors: - Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek. Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate. - Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows. - Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied /api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well. - application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL) validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always failing the magic-byte check. - correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test). - Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE, TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE (company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots, skipping slots held by any existing row. - Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives). - Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of silently skipping the mirror. - Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt guidance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines. ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET /api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot follows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list bundle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks: - One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The separate /salary/runs/new page is gone. - Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail, KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/. - Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token], backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the route from auth redirects. - Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026). - AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid. - Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish, municipality tax-table lookup improvements. messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune, skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before this. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping - Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16 renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged). - Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs don't break the build type-check. - Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76. - template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding. - database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(), which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag. Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging. Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap) Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger, which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all. That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression). Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging. style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(skatteverket): MCP wrappers for momsdeklaration + AGI filing (P0-5) (#692)
* feat(skatteverket): MCP wrappers for momsdeklaration + AGI filing (P0-5) Expose the complete Skatteverket extension as five MCP tools so VAT (momsdeklaration) and employer (AGI/arbetsgivardeklaration) filing can be driven from Claude. Commit = "send for BankID signing" (returns a signing link), never "file" — the user's signature in the browser is the irreversible act, kept outside the tooling. Tools (extensions/general/mcp-server/server.ts): - gnubok_vat_declaration_validate (compliance:read) — live POST /kontrollera - gnubok_vat_declaration_submit (skatteverket:write) — stages submit_vat_declaration - gnubok_vat_declaration_status (compliance:read) — GET /inlamnat + /beslutat - gnubok_agi_submit (skatteverket:write) — stages submit_agi - gnubok_agi_status (compliance:read) — local state + live kvittenser Architecture: - Core (lib/pending-operations/commit.ts) cannot import @/extensions (CI guard), so the two submit ops dispatch into the extension via the new Extension.services channel (first use): registry-resolved commitSubmitVatDeclaration / commitSubmitAgi run the SKV chain and return a shared SkvSubmitResult (lib/pending-operations/skatteverket-commit.ts). - Recoverable failures (extension disabled, no connection, rate-limited, still processing) release the op back to 'pending' via SkatteverketRecoverableError — same contract as AccountsNotInChartError — so the user reconnects and re-approves the SAME op. SKV business rejections reject the op. - No-drift: parseDeclarationRequest / loadAGIXml extracted to lib/declaration-prep.ts (buildMomsuppgift / buildAgiUnderlag / resolveRedovisare) so route, preview, and commit file identical figures. writeSkatteverketAudit hoisted to lib/audit.ts; read tools + executors write BFL audit rows too. - New scope skatteverket:write (opt-in, in STAGING_SCOPES so SoD ack fires), 4 structured error codes, sv/en strings, ApiKeysPanel row. - Migration 20260620120000 adds submit_vat_declaration / submit_agi to the pending_operations.operation_type CHECK (must apply to prod post-merge). Tests: 42 new across executors, MCP tools, declaration-prep, error-map, and the VAT commit chain. Full suite green (5287), build clean, lint-ratchet at baseline. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: add PR-Agent AI review (SHA-pinned, dedicated Bedrock key) Greptile went silent after #682 (app/account-side, not repo config). Add the open-source PR-Agent GitHub Action as a replacement, hardened for supply chain: - Pinned to the v0.36.0 commit SHA (ffe1f89), not the movable tag — the repo was recently transferred to a new, unverified org (The-PR-Agent), though it's the genuine original pr-agent (repo id 662766482, 11.5k stars). - Runs on a DEDICATED, minimal IAM key (bedrock:InvokeModel only) via PR_AGENT_AWS_* secrets — never the app's general AWS credentials. - Only /review runs automatically; /describe and /improve are disabled so PR descriptions are never overwritten. Requires three new secrets before it functions: PR_AGENT_AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID, PR_AGENT_AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY, PR_AGENT_AWS_REGION (EU region). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci(pr-agent): handle push events + restrict push to /review PR-Agent skips synchronize (push) events by default, so the bot ran green but posted nothing. Enable handle_push_trigger and scope push_commands to /review. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci(pr-agent): fix pr_actions (event list, not commands) + add synchronize pr_actions is the list of PR event actions to handle, not slash-commands. Setting it to ["/review"] removed every real event from the allowlist, so the bot skipped everything. Restore the default events + synchronize; command selection stays on the auto_review/describe/improve booleans (review-only). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci(pr-agent): raise max_model_tokens to 64k for fuller diff coverage Default ~32k input window truncated large PRs. Sonnet 4.6 has 200k context. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci(pr-agent): use Claude Opus 4.8 (Sonnet 4.6 fallback) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): scope AGI status flips by salary_run_id Bot review (swedish-compliance) caught that commitSubmitAgi flipped agi_declarations status by (company_id, period) only. A correction run sharing the period would have its still-valid declaration co-flipped to rejected/ pending_signature. Scope both updates by salary_run_id (in scope from params) — more precise than the period-only route handler, which has no run id. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(pg): fix gen_random_bytes assertion for modern pgcrypto OpenSSL-backed pgcrypto (CI Postgres image) rejects gen_random_bytes(0) with 'Length not in range' rather than returning empty bytea, so the pre-existing 'returns empty bytea' assertion fails on every pg-real run (repo-wide, not specific to this PR). Assert the real contract — exactly n bytes for a positive n — instead of the version-dependent 0-byte edge case. Accounted rebrand + swarm-skill cleanup + bank-reconciliation fixes (#643)
* feat(reconciliation): close the bank-feed loop on voucher links and re-tag mis-typed opening balances
Two related fixes to bank reconciliation correctness:
1. Auto-reconcile on voucher link. Linking an invoice or supplier invoice to
an existing voucher previously advanced only the invoice — the bank
transaction that paid it kept sitting in the Transactions inbox with a null
journal_entry_id. linkInvoiceToVoucher / linkSupplierInvoiceToVoucher now
call autoReconcileTransactionForLinkedVoucher (lib/reconciliation), which
links the bank transaction to the same verifikat when exactly one unbooked
line matches it. Best-effort and post-commit: a failure here never fails the
link. The result surfaces reconciledTransactionId; the inbox row leaves the
list and the UI shows link_success_tx_reconciled.
2. Re-tag mis-typed opening balances. getReconciliationStatus and the GL-line
matching RPCs identify a cash account's ingående balans solely by
journal_entries.source_type='opening_balance'. Companies migrated from other
systems often booked the bank IB as an ordinary voucher (source_type
'import' or 'manual'), so it was never excluded and surfaced as a phantom
reconciliation difference equal to the opening balance. Adds:
- migration mark_entry_as_opening_balance: a GUC-gated carve-out in the
immutability trigger plus a SECURITY DEFINER RPC that validates the entry
(balance-sheet lines only, dated on a fiscal-period boundary), flips the
source_type, and writes an audit row — no blanket data sweep.
- POST /api/reconciliation/bank/mark-opening-balance + MarkOpeningBalanceSchema.
- BankReconciliationView action to trigger it from the IB diff.
The gnubok_create_voucher executor now accepts a typed is_opening_balance flag
and derives source_type='opening_balance' only after validating class 1/2 lines
on the period start, so new IBs land correctly typed.
Covered by lib/reconciliation auto-reconcile tests, voucher-executors tests,
and a mark-entry-as-opening-balance pg-real test.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* chore: rebrand gnubok → Accounted and prune swarm agent skills
Product rebrand and skills housekeeping. No runtime behaviour change.
Rebrand: replace user-visible "gnubok" with "Accounted" across docs, READMEs,
in-code comments, doc-site content, MCP skill/resource prose, and the
gnubok-mcp package description. The MCP resource URI scheme is moved gnubok://
→ Accounted:// consistently across resource registrations, the event-type
comment, and the resource/skill tests. Deliberately preserved as stable
identifiers (NOT rebranded): the gnubok-company-id cookie, gnubok_sk_ / gnubok_inv_
token prefixes, the gnubok-mcp npm bridge name, and the AGI <gem:Programnamn>
value (kept 'gnubok' per its source comment — it is the software identifier sent
to Skatteverket and must not churn across visual rebrands).
Skills: remove the 27 swarm-* agent SKILL.md atoms (no longer used; already
absent from the agent_atom_registry in prod), refresh the remaining skill docs,
add the .claude/rules/ path-scoped rule set, and regenerate the
seed_agent_atom_bodies migration + .skill-body-manifest.json via
`npm run skills:generate` so the DB-backed skill bodies match the trimmed set.

Bug/momsdeklaration skv (#449)
* fix(salary): show birthdate in masked personnummer, hide the 4-digit suffix Flip the personnummer display format from XXXXXXXX-NNNN to YYYYMMDD-XXXX so the sensitive 4-digit suffix is hidden while the (public) birthdate stays visible. Affects the employees list/detail, salary run, payslip PDF, payslip email, and the MCP server tools (list_employees, get_salary_run). Each call site now decrypts the stored personnummer before masking. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): allow deleting unbooked transactions from "Alla transaktioner" The history list only let users delete via the inbox card; once a category or mall was picked but the verifikation hadn't been created, the row showed "Ej bokförd" with no way to remove it. The API already permits delete while journal_entry_id is null, so the gap was purely a missing UI affordance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(vat): populate ruta 20-24 for reverse charge + dishonest "Validera OK" Three connected issues caused Skatteverket to reject momsdeklarationer with FK004 even after our local "Validera"-knapp returned OK. 1. supplier-invoice-entries booked fiktiv moms (2614/2624/2634 + 2645/2647) on reverse-charge invoices but never the underlying basbelopp on 44xx/45xx. Ruta 30-32 filled up at SKV while ruta 20-24 stayed at 0 — SKV's FK004 ("silent netting prohibited", ML 13 kap kräver båda sidor). Fix: generateReverseChargeBasisLines in vat-entries.ts emits parallel 45xx/44xx debit + 4598 motkonto credit per rate group. Engine calls it from registration, cash, and credit-note paths. Skipped when the user booked the expense directly on a basis account to avoid double-counting. 4598 added to BAS reference (no migration needed; account_number is plain text on journal_entry_lines). 2. rutorToMomsuppgift rounded each ruta independently but computed summaMoms from the unrounded ruta49. SKV recomputes the sum from integer rutor on their side, so fractional öres caused ±1 SEK drift and SKV rejected with FK009. Fix: derive summaMoms from the already-rounded VAT-amount rutor. 3. "Validera"-knappen only confirmed SKV's internal arithmetic — a declaration with ruta 30-32 populated and ruta 20-24 empty validated fine until /utkast hit FK004. Users got a false green light. Fix: vat-declaration-checks.ts runs locally before the SKV call, blocks Validera/Spara when ERROR-level findings exist, and surfaces them in a separate "Lokala kontroller"-section. Success message reworded so SKV's OK is no longer presented as filing-ready. Tests: 4535/4536/4531/4425 lines + 4598 motkonto on EU/non-EU/byggtjänster RC, credit-note reversal, fractional-öres summaMoms, all four pre-flight codes (RC_BASIS_MISSING, RC_OUTPUT_MISSING, RC_INPUT_VAT_MISMATCH, SUMMA_MOMS_DRIFT). Backfill for already-posted entries follows in the next commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add skattekonto matching functionality - Enhance TransactionInboxCard to display a warning for potential 1930↔1630 transfers. - Implement match suggestions for skattekonto transactions in the backend. - Create SkattekontoMatchDialog component for linking skattekonto rows to existing journal entries. - Develop SkattekontoInboxCard component to handle skattekonto transactions in the inbox. - Introduce skattekonto-match utility functions for candidate matching and linking. - Update types to include match suggestions and enriched transaction responses. * refactor: reorganize skattekonto types and implement bank counterpart matching logic * docs: update CLAUDE.md to streamline integrations and clarify architecture details * refactor: enhance reverse charge logic to handle non-basis accounts and prevent double-counting --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): don't persist SPAR PII to extension_data The previous commit started requesting SPAR alongside CompanyRoles and wrote the full enrichment payload (incl. personnummer, full name, home address, birth date, gender) verbatim to extension_data.value — a plain JSON column. Personnummer is already hashed + encrypted in bankid_identities, so the extension_data row was an unencrypted PII duplicate exposed to anyone with read access to the table. No consumer (middleware, /select-company, createCompanyFromTicRole) reads any SPAR field today; they only read companyRoles. Persist a sanitized blob of { companyRoles, enrichedAtUtc } instead. SPAR is still requested from TIC (and its shape logged PII-free) so enrichment completes; if address pre-fill ships later, those fields should be encrypted before storage. Also drop the dead `null` branch from SubmitFeedbackResult.channel — every code path returns 'recapt' or 'email'. feat(skatteverket): rewrite AGI flow against real Skatteverket RAML (#391)
* feat(skatteverket): rewrite AGI flow against real Skatteverket RAML The previous AGI client posted JSON to URL paths that don't exist on Skatteverket's gateway and used invented field names. POST /underlag actually accepts application/xml, and the lock/kvittenser operations live on the separate hanteraredovisningsperiod API. Verified against dev_docs/arbetsgivardeklaration-inlamning(1.7.7) and arbetsgivardeklaration-hantera-redovisningsperiod(1.2.8) RAMLs. - Replace fictional types with real schemas (kontrollresultat, granskningsunderlag, kvittenser, error envelope) - Rewrite agi-client into 9 functions matching the documented flow: /underlag (XML) -> kontrollresultat -> spara -> skapaGranskningsunderlag -> kvittenser, plus las/lasUpp on the hantera API - Drop agi-mappers entirely; lib/salary/agi/xml-generator.ts already produces schema-valid XML, so the extension just feeds agi_declarations.xml_content to POST /underlag - Extend skvRequest with a contentType option so AGI can post XML - AGIPanel state machine: underlag_submitted -> awaiting_signing -> signed, with kontrollresultat polling and normalized findings - Add the agd OAuth scope (confirmed from SKV's Tjanstebeskrivning Arbetsgivardeklaration inlamning v1.7, section 4.1.2.2) - Add Skatteverket connect step to NewUserChecklist alongside the existing SIE/old-system import and bank steps; track hasSkatteverketConnected in OnboardingProgress - Update orchestrator route + tests to point at the new /agi/submit endpoint - Declare new optional base-URL env vars in the manifest Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): address PR review findings on AGI flow - Surface INCORRECT_DATA felrapport link in AGIPanel skapaGranskningsunderlag returns 409 with a felrapport URL when SKV rejects the underlag. The link was persisted as `signeringslank` with status `underlag_rejected`, but the render condition only fired for `awaiting_signing`, leaving the link unreachable. Add a distinct destructive-styled block so the user can open the felrapport in Mina Sidor. - /agi/underlag DELETE clears local submission state Add optional `period` query param. When supplied, clear `agi_submission_{period}` directly. When not, fall back to scanning recent agi_submission_* keys for the matching inlamningId. Without this, an aborted underlag left a stale `underlag_submitted` entry in extension_data and the UI couldn't progress. - Re-add salary-run status guard inside loadAGIXml The orchestrator at app/api/salary/runs/[id]/agi/submit/route.ts has this check, but the extension endpoint is also reachable directly from AGIPanel and must enforce it itself. Per BFL 5 kap and SFL 26 kap, AGI must reflect finalised payroll data; submitting from a draft/cancelled run would emit incorrect figures. - Move agi_declarations.status='exported' from /agi/submit to /agi/spara Setting status on underlag-ingest was wrong because a DONE_REJECTED kontrollresultat would leave the row falsely marked as exported. The transition now happens only after the spara call commits the underlag to Eget utrymme. /agi/spara accepts salaryRunId in the body for the fast path and falls back to scanning agi_submission_* state otherwise. - Move salary_runs.agi_submitted_at stamp to kvittenser observation The orchestrator was stamping at underlag-ingest, but no later code updated the column on signing. Removed the orchestrator stamp; the /agi/kvittenser handler now stamps salary_runs.agi_submitted_at to kvittens.signeradTid (mirroring SKV's own timestamp) when it pins the receipt to the matching agi_declarations row. - Tighten misleading JSDoc in agi-client.ts taBortSparadInlamning is on the inlämning API, not hantera; the old layout grouped it under a "hantera API" heading and tripped an automated reviewer. Restructured into separate "period management" and "cleanup" blocks. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): address Swedish compliance review on AGI flow Follow-up to review on https://github.com/erp-mafia/gnubok/pull/391. - Migration adds 'pending_signature' to agi_declarations.status Reusing 'exported' for the spara→kvittens interval misstated the filing outcome — Eget utrymme is a staging area, not a filing — which conflicts with BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8 / BFL 5 kap 5§ behandlingshistorik faithfulness. /agi/spara now sets 'pending_signature'; /agi/kvittenser later promotes to 'submitted' when a uuidKvittens is observed. - AGIPanel auto-polls /agi/kvittenser at 30s, 2 min and 5 min after the signing link is created Previously the kvittens (and therefore salary_runs.agi_submitted_at) was only stamped if the user manually returned to the panel and clicked "Hämta kvittens". Without that follow-up the audit trail showed a NULL submitted-at for an AGI that had actually been filed. Background polls capture the kvittens for the common case where the user signs in Mina Sidor and never returns to gnubok. Cleanup on unmount via useRef + useEffect. - Distinct MISSING_SCOPE error code on 403 invalid_scope Existing tokens lack the new 'agd' scope and surface as a generic ACCESS_DENIED today. The compliance reviewer pointed out that operators may interpret this as a data error and submit a corrected AGI with altered figures. New SkatteverketAuthError code maps SKV's invalid_scope body to a clear "reconnect via Inställningar → Skatteverket" message; routes to 401 (token-level remediation). - Refine deadline copy in AGIPanel The standard AGI deadline is the 12th regardless of company size; the 17th only applies in January and August for employers with turnover ≤ 40 MSEK. Surface that nuance instead of saying just "12:e". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): server-side kvittens reconciliation cron Round 2 of compliance review on https://github.com/erp-mafia/gnubok/pull/391. - /api/extensions/skatteverket/agi/kvittenser/cron Walks every agi_declarations row in 'pending_signature' status, fetches kvittenser via the matching token, and on a hit promotes the row to 'submitted' + stamps salary_runs.agi_submitted_at. Authoritative source for the audit trail per BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8 / BFL 5 kap 5§ — the AGIPanel client-side timers from the previous round remain as the fast-path UX, but no longer carry the audit-trail responsibility on their own. Per-row errors are skipped, not abort-the-run. 50s budget. Scheduled every 2 hours in vercel.json. - AGIStatus union now includes 'pending_signature' Without this update, downstream code reading the union would have rejected the new status as unknown. The migration extending the DB CHECK constraint shipped in the previous commit; this brings the type layer into sync. - Stale comment update in AGIPanel.tsx Referred to status='exported' from before the rename. Now reads 'pending_signature', matching the actual handler behavior. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): close audit-trail gaps from compliance round 3 - Cron now writes submitted_by from the token-owning auth.users row Previously left NULL with a "system actor" comment. The token row was created when the operator authenticated with BankID, and the kvittens' signeradAv refers to the same person — so writing the user_id from skatteverket_tokens captures actor traceability without inventing a system identity. Closes the BFL 5 kap 6§ / BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8 gap on cron-reconciled rows. - /agi/spara monotonicity guard Adds .in('status', ['generated', 'exported']) to the row update so a delayed /agi/spara call after the cron (or interactive /agi/kvittenser) has already promoted the row to 'submitted'/'accepted' won't silently regress it back to 'pending_signature'. behandlingshistorik must advance only. - DONE_REJECTED / DONE_FAILED → status='rejected' /agi/kontrollresultat handler now flips the matching agi_declarations row to 'rejected' on a terminal SKV failure, using the same cached-submission-state lookup pattern /agi/spara already uses. Without this the row sat at 'generated' indefinitely even though SKV considered the underlag failed. Same monotonicity guard prevents regressing a successfully-filed row. - Deadline criterion: lönesumma, not omsättning AGIPanel pendingText. SFL 26 kap's relaxed-deadline criterion (17:e in Jan/Aug) is the employer's total taxable wages, not turnover. Internal reference (.claude/skills/swedish-payroll/references/agi-filing.md) used the colloquial "turnover"; statutory wording is "lönesumma". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): close round-4 audit-trail and UX gaps - agi_submitted_at: NULL when signeradTid absent Both /agi/kvittenser handler and the kvittens cron previously fell back to new Date().toISOString() if SKV's kvittens lacked signeradTid. Substituting wall-clock now() falsifies the filing moment in behandlingshistorik (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8 / BFL 5 kap 6§). Now leaves the column NULL and logs a warning. Status flip to 'submitted' still happens — the audit gap was timing only. - Proactive missing-agd-scope banner SkatteverketConnectPanel and AGIPanel now warn when the stored token lacks the agd scope. Tokens issued before the agd rollout would otherwise 403 with invalid_scope at submission time, often too close to the AGI deadline. SkatteverketConnectPanel mirrors the existing "skattekonto saknas" pattern; AGIPanel surfaces a banner in the connected state and links to /settings/skatteverket. - Granskningsunderlag isError keys on tillstand only Previous check mixed HTTP 409 with the INCORRECT_DATA tillstand string. A future SKV addition like RECEIVING returned with HTTP 200 would have slipped through as awaiting_signing. Now keys solely on tillstand: only LOCKED_FOR_SIGNING / UNLOCKED are treated as signable; everything else (INCORRECT_DATA, RECEIVING, CALCULATING, SIGNING) routes to underlag_rejected. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): close round-5 audit-trail and recovery gaps - agi_submitted_at: stamp with reconciliation time when signeradTid absent Round 4 left the column NULL on missing signeradTid to avoid falsifying the signing moment. Round 5 pointed out that NULL hides that the filing *occurred* — also a behandlingshistorik integrity violation. Resolution: presence of uuidKvittens proves SKV signed and accepted the AGI, so we stamp with signeradTid || now() and warn-log when fallback is used. Both /agi/kvittenser handler and the kvittens cron. - Persist signeradAv + full kvittens in agi_declarations.response_data submitted_by is the auth.users UUID we have on hand (the polling / reconciling user). The legally load-bearing signer identity is kvittens.signeradAv (a personnummer) — which the token user_id does NOT necessarily match (e.g. bookkeeper vs deklarationsombud). The existing response_data jsonb column now holds the full kvittens record, preserving signeradAv for the audit trail (BFL 5 kap 6§ / BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8) without a schema change. Cron path also marks reconciledBy='cron'. - /agi/spara monotonicity: allow recovery from 'rejected' Previously .in('status', ['generated', 'exported']) excluded rejected rows, so a successful re-submission after a prior rejection couldn't promote the row to pending_signature — it silently stayed rejected. The xml-route reuses the same agi_declarations row when re-generating XML, so this is the realistic recovery path. Added 'rejected' to the allowed-from list. 'submitted'/'accepted' still blocked (no regression from filed states). - Fix misleading agi-client.ts comment Claimed users could "fix the errors in Mina Sidor" after a DONE_REJECTED save. Mina Sidor doesn't expose in-place editing; the correct recovery is to regenerate XML and resubmit. Updated the agiSparaUnderlag JSDoc to describe the actual flow. - Deadline copy: "vars sammanlagda lönesumma understiger 40 MSEK" Reads more cleanly than "≤ 40 MSEK" and matches the phrasing the compliance reviewer suggested. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): tighten /agi/spara guard and clarify deadline copy (round 6) - Drop 'exported' from /agi/spara allowed-from states Audit confirmed no code path writes status='exported' today; the value is preserved in the schema (and union) for the legacy manual-download path that no longer has a writer. Allowing the spara handler to flip an 'exported' row to 'pending_signature' would conflate two distinct filing attempts on a single row, weakening the chain of custody (BFL 5 kap 6§). Tightened to .in(['generated', 'rejected']) — same recovery path for re-submission after rejection, no path for the dormant state. - Deadline copy: explicit "per år" qualifier The 40 MSEK threshold is annual lönesumma, not per-payment. Adding "per år" closes the (admittedly thin) misread the compliance reviewer flagged. feat(salary, skatteverket): per-day absence + AGI Frånvarouppgift + skattekonto + hardening (#388)
* feat(salary): per-day absence tracking with calendar UX Replace aggregated-day absence counts with per-day records so payroll calculations can correctly enforce Swedish legal rules that depend on actual dates: karensavdrag once per sjuklöneperiod, återinsjuknande within 5 calendar days, allmänt högriskskydd cap of 10 karensavdrag per rolling 12 months, day-8 läkarintyg flag, day-15 transition to Försäkringskassan. Adds: - salary_absence_days table (RLS, dedup unique on employee+date+type) - /api/salary/employees/[id]/absence CRUD route - deriveAbsenceLineItems helper that walks per-day records into sjuklöneperioder and emits correctly-classified line items, with the existing absence-calculator formulas reused for VAB / parental - Per-employee pay-spec detail page with month-grid AbsenceCalendar - Calculate route now derives line items from the calendar before running the salary engine, replacing the prior sumQuantity model - Salary run GET surfaces the formatted Skatteverket arbetsgivare ID so downstream UI can build extension URLs without a second round-trip - GET /salary/runs/[id]/employees/[employeeId] for the detail page Tests: 15 new unit tests covering segment merge, återinsjuknande within 5 days, högriskskydd cap, FK transition flag, läkarintyg flag, VAB/parental semesterlönegrundande ceilings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): harden API client + add NEXT_PUBLIC_SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED feature flag Three hardening fixes from the prior audit, plus a runtime extension toggle for phased rollout. api-client.ts: - Map 429 to a new SkatteverketAuthError code RATE_LIMITED with a Swedish user message. The 4 req/sec local rate limiter normally prevents this, but the per-consumer gateway quota can still hit. - Extend the error union with TOKEN_CORRUPTED for the token-store fix below. token-store.ts: - Surface decryption failures instead of silently returning null. A rotated key or tampered ciphertext used to look like "not connected"; callers now get TOKEN_CORRUPTED with a clear "anslut igen med BankID" message and a structured log line for ops. Extension dispatcher (app/api/extensions/ext/[...path]/route.ts): - Per-extension feature flag table. When NEXT_PUBLIC_SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED is not exactly "true", the dispatcher returns 503 with code EXTENSION_DISABLED, letting ops disable a single integration mid- rollout without redeploying or removing it from extensions.config.json. UI panels (SkatteverketPanel, AGIPanel) detect the 503 and render an empty state. Tests: 7 api-client cases (401/403/403-Behörighet/429/5xx/200/auth-error codes) + 2 token-store cases (no-row → null, corrupted → TOKEN_CORRUPTED). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): emit AGI Frånvarouppgift per SKV 4785, add AGIPanel for one-click submission AGI XML upgrade: - Emit <gem:Franvarouppgift> top-level blocks for VAB and parental leave events sourced from salary_absence_days, per SKV 4785 + technical doc. Element order matches the spec example file. TILLFALLIG_FORALDRAPENNING for VAB / FORALDRAPENNING for parental, with FranvaroTimmarTFP (FK825) or FranvaroTimmarFP (FK827) for hours. Stable 1-based specifikationsnummer per (employee, period), date-sorted. Skipped entirely for periods before 202501. - Sick days are NOT emitted (they go to Försäkringskassan). - FK499 TotalSjuklonekostnad now derived from sick_day2_14.quantity × dailyRate × 0.80 instead of Math.abs(amount). The line-item amount is the net deduction (lostPay − sjuklon), not the cost, so the prior formula understated by a factor of four. AGI submission UI: - New AGIPanel mirroring SkatteverketPanel's validate → draft → lock → BankID-sign → poll-submitted flow. Detects 503 EXTENSION_DISABLED and renders a clear empty state. Replaces the bare "Skicka till Skatteverket" button on /salary/runs/[id], keeping the AGI XML download as a sibling for archival / manual upload fallback. - Salary run rows now link to the per-employee detail page added in the previous commit. Tests: 14 new agi-xml cases covering element order, type↔hour-field mapping, specifikationsnummer ordering, fractional-hour formatting, range clamping (0.01-24.00), period guard at 202501 boundary, placement after Blankett blocks, multi-employee date ordering, required-fields invariant, omission when no events. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): skattekonto integration — read-only saldo + transactions, daily sync, per-row bokför Adds read-only Skattekonto v2.1 access via the existing BankID OAuth flow (extends the OAuth scope with `skattekonto`). Daily background sync pulls saldo + transactions, dedupes on (company_id, dedup_key), and surfaces the data in a /skattekonto dashboard plus a settings panel for connection management. Backend: - skattekonto-client.ts: GET /skattekonton/{omfragad}/saldo and /transaktioner. Felkod 1–5 mapped to Swedish messages via dedicated SkatteverketSkattekontoError. - skattekonto-sync.ts: parallel saldo + transaktioner fetch, UPSERT on (company_id, dedup_key) so kommande rows graduate to tidigare in place. Dedup key uses transaktionsidentitet when available, else sha256 of (date|amount|text). Caches saldo snapshot in extension_data. Emits skattekonto.synced / balance.changed (sign flip) / transaction.upcoming (first appearance) / connection.expired. - skattekonto-booking.ts: keyword→counter-account rules with AB/EF differentiation (2510 vs 2012 for preliminärskatt; 2731/2710/2650 for arbetsgivaravgifter/avdragen skatt/moms; 8423/8313 for kostnads-/intäktsränta). Creates a draft journal entry against BAS 1630, leaves it for the user to review and commit. Throws NO_COUNTER_ACCOUNT instead of guessing when no rule matches. - Daily cron at 0 4 * * * (Swedish 06:00). Double-gated by CRON_SECRET and NEXT_PUBLIC_SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED. Per-company cooldown of 1 hour, time budget 50s, distinct `expired` status for token-exhaustion separate from generic errors. Database: - skattekonto_transactions: company-scoped with RLS, unique (company_id, dedup_key), indexed on (company_id, date DESC) and (company_id, status). journal_entry_id FK with ON DELETE SET NULL so a row can be re-bokförd after entry deletion. Frontend: - /skattekonto/page.tsx: dashboard with saldo card, transactions list (booked + upcoming), per-row "Bokför" action. - /settings/skatteverket: connection panel showing scope/expiry. - Extension toggle in SettingsSidebar (gated by ENABLED_EXTENSION_IDS). Tests: 9 booking-rule cases (counter-account guessing, AB/EF divergence, no-match throw) + 7 mapper cases (dedup key stability, sign convention, kommande→tidigare graduation). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address PR review findings Build: - Fix Next.js build failure: Zod refuses .partial() on a refined schema. Replace AbsenceRangeQuerySchema.partial().extend(...) in the absence DELETE handler with a fresh z.object that defines its own optional fields. Greptile findings (PR #388): - skattekonto_transactions UPDATE policy was missing WITH CHECK; without it a user could mutate company_id to one they don't belong to. Edit the original migration for fresh applies + add a follow-up migration that drops/recreates the policy with both clauses (already applied to prod via Supabase MCP). - FK499 TotalSjuklonekostnad now reads sjuklonRate from run.calculation_params (snapshot taken at calc time) instead of a hardcoded 0.80, so an operator override (e.g. CBA-specific rate) is honored. Falls back to 0.80 for older runs without the snapshot. - Rename NEXT_PUBLIC_SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED → SKATTEVERKET_ENABLED so the flag is server-side only. NEXT_PUBLIC_* vars are inlined into the client bundle at build time, which would create split-brain (server 503 vs client still rendering enabled flow) on a flag flip without redeploy. UI panels detect 503 by response code, not by reading the env directly, so no client-visible change is needed. - Add pg-real RLS smoke tests for both new tables (salary_absence_days and skattekonto_transactions): tenant SELECT isolation, UPDATE WITH CHECK enforcement, unique-constraint enforcement, cross-tenant dedup key allowed. Swedish compliance review: - Document the högriskskydd cap interpretation in derive-absence-line-items.ts. We count *sjuklöneperioder* in the rolling 12-month window, matching the law's plain reading ("från och med den 11:e sjukperioden ... görs inget karensavdrag"). An alternative reading counts only periods that actually had karens deducted; that requires persisting per-period karens-deduction state, which gnubok doesn't yet do. The period-count reading can over- suppress, never under-suppress, so it's the safer default. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(test): inline skattekonto fixtures so core-only CI runs without dev_docs dev_docs/ is gitignored, so the skattekonto-mappers test failed in CI when it tried to readFileSync from dev_docs/skattekonto(2.1.0)/examples/. Inline the saldoResponse + transaktionerResponse fixtures verbatim from the spec; the test still verifies our mappers + dedup-key logic against the same shape. feat(skatteverket): production-ready momsdeklaration submission (#380)
* feat(skatteverket): production-ready momsdeklaration submission
Brings the Skatteverket extension up to a state where it can ship moms
declaration submission to Vercel production. Verified end-to-end against
SKV's Komplett testtjänst — all 8 momsdeklaration operations tested
(kontrollera, spara/hämta/radera utkast, lås/lås upp, hämta inlämnade,
hämta beslutade) plus signing-link return.
Bundles three coherent changes:
1. Skatteverket extension (the main work)
- extensions.config.json: enable `skatteverket`, drop `invoice-inbox`
and `ai-agent` (those were enabled in config but lacked AWS env vars
in prod, so they loaded but failed at runtime)
- lib/reports/vat-declaration.ts: extend ACCOUNT_RUTA to populate
Ruta 06 (uttag 3401–3403), Ruta 20–24 (reverse-charge bases from
4xxx cost accounts), Ruta 50 (import 4545–4547), and Ruta 42
(3404/3994/3980); delete the supplier-type heuristic that made
Ruta 20 and Ruta 23 always 0
- extensions/general/skatteverket/lib/token-store.ts: work around
three real prod schema-drift issues — wrong column on read/delete
(was `company_id`, schema only has `user_id`), missing
UNIQUE(user_id) constraint that makes UPSERT fail (switched to
DELETE+INSERT), missing RLS policies (switched to service-role
client). Refresh path now reuses existing row's company_id when
none is passed.
- extensions/general/skatteverket/index.ts: 9 sites switched from
ctx.companyId to ctx.userId for the token-store key; pass
companyId from the OAuth callback
- extensions/general/skatteverket/types.ts + components/reports/
SkatteverketPanel.tsx: align field names with v1.0.24 RAML
(signeringsLank/kontrollResultat/resultat/kod/status/beskrivning).
Without this, the signing link never displayed.
- SkatteverketPanel: add Lås upp + Radera utkast + Hämta utkast +
Hämta beslut buttons so the full lifecycle is reachable from the UI
- lib/reports/__tests__/vat-declaration.test.ts: rewritten to match
the refactored calculator; new fixtures for cost-account-based
reverse charge (Ruta 20/21/22/23/24), Ruta 50 import, Ruta 06
uttag, Ruta 42 expansion; SKV §4.1.1.4 cross-field contract checks
- supabase/migrations/20260428120000_skatteverket_tokens_user_id_unique.sql:
idempotently adds the missing UNIQUE(user_id) constraint
- scripts/*: dev-only helpers used during the prod-of-test
verification (create test company, seed VAT data, inspect token
state, etc.)
2. Journal-entries cancelled-status filter
- app/api/bookkeeping/journal-entries/route.ts: when no status filter
is supplied, exclude `cancelled` entries by default
- supabase/migrations/20260428153500_journal_entries_with_related_exclude_statuses.sql
3. Swedish e-invoicing skill (reference docs only — no runtime code)
- .claude/skills/swedish-e-invoicing/
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(skatteverket): address PR review findings
- panel: handleFetchDraft read `result.data?.last` (typo) — switched to
`result.data?.locked` to match the field defined in
SkatteverketUtkastResponse and the v1.0.24 RAML. The "(låst)" suffix on
the success message would silently never appear before this fix.
- api-client: getValidToken had no concurrency guard, so two parallel
SKV requests from the same user could both call /token with the same
refresh_token. SKV rotates the refresh_token on first use, so the
second call would 401 with REFRESH_EXHAUSTED-adjacent failures. With
the new 6-button UI on SkatteverketPanel, rapid clicks made this a
realistic trigger. Added an in-process Promise map keyed on userId
that coalesces concurrent refresh attempts; cross-process races are
mitigated by re-reading tokens inside the critical section before
calling refreshAccessToken (if another process refreshed already, we
use the newer token instead of burning the old refresh_token).
- migration 20260428120000: dedup query used `created_at < max(...)`,
which failed to remove duplicates inserted in the same second. The
subsequent ALTER TABLE … ADD CONSTRAINT would then abort. Switched
to ctid (Postgres physical row identifier) to break timestamp ties.

* fix(skatteverket): throw on token-store SELECT error before destructive DELETE
The company_id pre-read in storeTokens used destructuring that discarded
the error field. If the service-role SELECT failed for any reason (network
blip, overloaded DB, transient permissions issue), `existing` became null,
`resolvedCompanyId` stayed undefined, and execution fell through to the
DELETE. The old row got deleted successfully, then the INSERT omitted
company_id and failed with the NOT NULL constraint violation — leaving
the user with no token row at all and forcing a fresh BankID handshake.
Now we capture the SELECT error and throw before the DELETE runs.

Fix/critical issues (#351)
* fix: add 15s timeout to accounting provider HTTP clients Node's built-in fetch has no default timeout, so a stalled provider could hold a serverless worker open for many minutes — worse with withRetry (6x on Fortnox, 3x on others) and getPaginated stacking across pages. Wrap each fetch() in the Fortnox, Visma, Bokio, Briox, and Björn Lundén clients with signal: AbortSignal.timeout(15_000), and treat TimeoutError/AbortError as retryable so a single stalled attempt retries cleanly instead of hanging the request. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: add timeouts to OAuth token endpoints Wrap every OAuth2 token exchange, refresh, and revoke POST in an AbortController via a new fetchWithTimeout helper. Without this, a hung provider endpoint holds the request thread indefinitely — worst case being Skatteverket, where refreshAccessToken sits on the hot path of every bookkeeping action and exchangeCodeForTokens races the 5-minute BankID auth-code TTL. On timeout, the Skatteverket OAuth callback now redirects to /reports?tab=vat-declaration with a Swedish retry message instead of leaving the user stranded on the callback URL. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: close RLS escalation on membership and settings tables Any authenticated user who was a member (including viewer) could issue a direct PostgREST PATCH against company_members and promote themselves to owner, bypassing the app-layer requireWritePermission guard entirely. Reproduced on prod, then verified the fix on staging. Tighten INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE policies on company_members, team_members, api_keys, company_invitations, team_invitations, companies, teams, and company_settings to require the caller to hold role IN ('owner','admin') in the target company/team. Role check is wrapped in SECURITY DEFINER helpers (user_is_company_admin, user_is_team_admin, user_role_in_company) to avoid RLS recursion when a policy on company_members references company_members in its subquery. Add a BEFORE UPDATE trigger on company_members that rejects any role change unless the caller already holds role='owner', so admins cannot mint further owners even though they can otherwise write. Legitimate write paths are unaffected: company creation goes through the create_company_with_owner SECURITY DEFINER RPC, invite acceptance uses the service role, and team->company membership syncs via SECURITY DEFINER triggers. All bypass RLS. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): resolve duplicate schema_migrations version 20260421160000 Two migration files shared timestamp 20260421160000 on main (booking_template_usage.sql and opening_balances_rpc.sql), causing supabase_migrations.schema_migrations PK collisions on any fresh CI run: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "schema_migrations_pkey" Key (version)=(20260421160000) already exists. Bump opening_balances_rpc.sql to 20260421160500. booking_template_usage keeps 20260421160000 because its table already exists on prod; the renamed file has an idempotent CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION body and has not yet been deployed to prod, so moving its version is free. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): make booking_template_usage migration idempotent The table already exists on prod (applied out-of-band) but prod's schema_migrations does not track version 20260421160000, so the next PR-driven deploy would re-run this migration and fail on `CREATE TABLE public.booking_template_usage` with a duplicate-relation error. Add IF NOT EXISTS to CREATE TABLE and CREATE INDEX, and DROP POLICY IF EXISTS before each CREATE POLICY. No functional change on fresh databases; prod just silently no-ops the table/index creates and re-declares policies without dropping-then-missing them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: implement isTimeoutError utility and enforce role restrictions on company_members insert * fix: implement fallback for user_id in commit_journal_entry function when auth.uid() is NULL --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |
