fix(mcp): bulk-book titles that say what is approved, reject unknown parameters (#1856)
Two reports from the 08-24 feedback sweep (seq 261545):
- The bulk-book queue title (Samlingsverifikation: 1 transaktioner
2026-07-22) carried no amount, direction or counterparty; the CEO
approving from a phone could not tell what he authorised. Titles now
read: Samlingsverifikation -1 000,00 SEK 2026-05-12: NORDNET UTTAG
(+1 till). Same per-tx text the categorize titles already carry;
preview_data stays aggregate-only.
- gnubok_query_journal called with {query} instead of {text} silently
returned the whole journal. tools/call now rejects unknown top-level
parameters for every tool (all schemas declare additionalProperties:
false) with a VALIDATION_ERROR that lists the valid keys. company_id
stays tolerated everywhere. codedError is exported from
company-routing for the dispatcher.
The copy fixes this branch originally carried (scope-honest
list_pending_operations, BFL 5 kap 6 § on create_voucher, bank-movement
only on categorize/bulk_book) landed independently in #1844 and were
dropped on rebase; no catalog token change remains.

fix(bookkeeping): settle unbound transactions on the company's single enabled cash account (#1831)
* fix(bookkeeping): settle unbound transactions on the company's single enabled cash account A transaction with no cash_account_id booked its bank leg on the hardcoded 1930 from the standard templates and category mappings even when the company's only bank account is e.g. 1920 (PlusGiro), while the booking dialogs previewed the right account via the client-side resolveAccount fallback. resolveSettlementAccount now mirrors that fallback: with a NULL cash_account_id it lists the company's enabled cash accounts and, when EXACTLY ONE matches the transaction's currency, settles there; zero or several candidates keep the 1930 fallback. The explicit-cash_account_id branch (including its throw-on-error path, issue #842) is byte-identical. Transaction currency is threaded into the categorize, batch-categorize, pending-operation edit, MCP staging, and invoice-inbox call sites; other callers get the SEK default. Forward-only: historical wrong verifikat are corrected only via the existing storno runbook (docs/SETTLEMENT_ACCOUNT_REMEDIATION.md). Fixes #1722 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01SyDuePXxUFowaPBKpAv8SF * test: align duplicate-guard mock queue with combined pre-FY and settlement-fallback lookups The merge of main (PR #1828) into this branch combined two changes that each add one query to the categorize commit flow; the strictly ordered queued mock in the allow_duplicate test needed the cash_accounts listing entry inserted between the period lookup and the pre-FY clamp lookup. fix(pending): show the staged kontering and bank currency on the bulk_book_transactions approval card (#1648)
The /pending card (and the chat ApprovalCard, same OperationPreview
dispatch) for bulk_book_transactions rendered only aggregates: tx_count,
tx_date, tx_sum, direction, mode. The staged journal lines sat unused in
params.new_entry.lines even though the executor's RPC posts them
verbatim, so the human approving an AI-staged samlingsverifikat could
not see which accounts were debited or credited: "-720, 2 tx, expense"
is compatible with both a correct booking and a wrong one.
- Staging now writes preview_data.lines (account_number, chart or BAS
account_name, debit/credit, line text) and entry_description, using
the same account-name lookup as gnubok_create_voucher, plus the bank
rows' currency. Nothing beyond what create_voucher already exposes;
still no per-tx descriptions or counterparty identifiers.
- New BulkBookPreview renders those lines with the create_voucher table
and totals, and shows the bank sum in the rows' own currency.
- CategorizePreview labels the source bank amount with its currency when
it is not SEK, next to the (always SEK) journal lines: a 2 500 USD
receipt booked as 24 292,50 kr read as a wrong SEK figure to an
approver who saw only one of the two numbers.
Reported via gnubok_feedback 2026-07-13 and 2026-07-14 ("the human-in-
the-loop control is the safety mechanism, and it is currently blind").

feat(mcp): accept article_id on gnubok_create_invoice lines (#1638)
* feat(mcp): accept article_id on gnubok_create_invoice lines Invoice lines staged via MCP can now reference a catalog article (artikelregister). Staging prefills description, unit, unit_price, vat_rate and revenue account from the article with explicit-wins semantics, mirroring the web line picker. Unknown, foreign-company and deactivated articles are refused at staging, as is a price prefill from an article priced in another currency. The approval executor gains a company-scope gate for staged article_id values: the FK on invoice_items.article_id proves existence, not tenancy. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): adopt article VAT rate only from the customer's default set Web line picker parity (InvoiceEditor's applyArticle guard): an article's stored vat_rate is its domestic rate. The prefill previously staged it unconditionally, and the staging/commit gates check the wider permitted set (which includes 25/12/6 for taxed-where-performed supplies), so {article_id, quantity} to a validated EU business staged 25% Swedish VAT onto a reverse-charge invoice. The customer is now fetched before the prefill and the article rate is adopted only when it is in the customer's default rate set; foreign-business lines fall back to the 0% reverse-charge/export default unless the agent sets vat_rate explicitly. Prefill logic extracted into resolveInvoiceLineFromArticle (CodeRabbit). Found by the skeptic review pass (two independent refutations) and the Swedish accounting compliance bot, all converging on the same defect. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): name the article VAT adoption set in vat-rules, not the MCP server The vat-rate-gate-parity guard pins that no invoice write path mentions getAvailableVatRates: gating on the picker default is the bug it exists to prevent. The article-rate adoption in gnubok_create_invoice needs the default set for a different purpose (prefill, not gating), so the semantics move into lib/invoices/vat-rules.ts as getArticleVatRateAdoptionSet(), with tests pinning that adoption is empty for single-rate foreign customers and always a subset of the permitted set. server.ts keeps gating on getPermittedVatRates. fix(bookkeeping): resolve settlement account in all categorization flows and ship mis-booking audit (#1383)
Completes the #985/#986/#987 caller sweep: categorize-core, v1 batch-categorize, pending-operation edits and the MCP categorize path now resolve the settlement leg from the transaction's cash account instead of inheriting a hardcoded or stale account. Extends the correct_entry preview with currency, tax and dimension line metadata so staged corrections preserve full line fidelity. Adds a read-only audit query and a runbook for reviewing and correcting historical mis-bookings via staged storno with explicit approval; no automated bulk mutation. style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(dimensions): PR7 producers — auto-tagged documents (invoices, supplier invoices, bulk-book, templates, MCP) (#868)
* feat(dimensions): PR7 producers — invoices/supplier invoices carry dims, generators propagate, BulkBook + templates + MCP bags
Source documents now carry dimension tags and every entry generator
propagates them onto journal lines (dev_docs/dimensions_implementation_plan.md PR7):
- invoices/supplier_invoices.default_dimensions + per-item dimensions
(migration 20260702200000; jsonb DEFAULT '{}' + object CHECK)
- invoice-entries: issuance/payment/cash/credit propagate — item bags merge
over the invoice default per revenue line (account+bag aggregation
identity), payment vouchers re-propagate the linked invoice's bag onto
every leg incl. FX result lines; ROT/RUT 1513 carries the item bag
- supplier-invoice-entries: registration/payment/cash/privately-paid/credit
propagate with the same merge rules (expense buckets keyed account+bag)
- bulk_book_transactions RPC persists per-line bags + derives
cost_center/project mirrors in SQL (migration 20260702201000; malformed
bags rejected with BULK_BOOK_INVALID_DIMENSIONS); route merges the header
default into template/manual lines
- counterparty templates: LinePatternEntry.dimensions learned from SIE
voucher history (kept only when every occurrence agrees), applied to
business lines on booking; QuickReviewDialog shows a dims badge
- categorize: staged dimensions bag tags business lines only (bank/VAT
untagged); credit/convert/inbox copy paths carry bags forward
- propose-payment/send-lines stamp the invoice default so the editable
payment grid books what the preview shows; mark-paid override lines
accept dimensions
- UI: InvoiceEditor + NewSupplierInvoiceForm header KS/Projekt pair with
per-row override; BulkBookDialog header default pair (both tabs)
- MCP: default_dimensions/items[].dimensions on create_invoice +
create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox, dimensions on categorize_transaction,
per-line bags on bulk_book_transactions — resolve-don't-select via the
shared registry helpers, resolutions echoed
32 new propagation unit tests + 4 pg-real tests for the RPC migration.

feat(dimensions): PR3 tagging — voucher-form pickers, MCP dimension tools with resolve-don't-select, engine soft validation (#859)
Phase 3 of dev_docs/dimensions_implementation_plan.md. Companies with dimensions_enabled=false see zero change; existing free-text API writers keep working (validation is toggle-governed). Engine (soft validation): - validateEntryDimensions() in dimension-resolver: zero queries for untagged entries; toggle off → passthrough; toggle on → one settings fetch + two registry queries, rejects unknown dims/codes and archived values with Swedish per-code messages (DimensionValidationError, 400, details.issues). Wired into createDraftEntry + updateDraftEntry before any insert; reversal/ storno paths untouched (verbatim copies). Fails open on transient registry errors — soft validation must never block bookkeeping. MCP (agent write path): - New tools: gnubok_list_dimensions, gnubok_list_dimension_values (fuse.js fuzzy), gnubok_create_dimension_value (STAGED via pending_operations — agents never silently mint reporting values; new op type + CHECK migration + executor with duplicate-idempotency). - create_voucher/correct_entry: per-line dimensions bag + default_dimensions, resolve-don't-select server-side (code OR natural-language name; exact → fuzzy ≤0.30 with ≥0.15 runner-up margin; non-exact resolutions echoed with confidence; ambiguous → ranked candidates, no auto-create). - gnubok_get_agent_briefing gains a dimensions block (enabled, dims, top values) — omitted when registry empty. - TOOL_SCOPE_MAP entries; risk tier low for staged value creation. UI: - JournalEntryForm (manual voucher + TransactionBookingDialog embed): header "+ Kostnadsställe/Projekt" progressive disclosure (gäller alla rader with documented inheritance rule) + per-row tag popover + compact KS·PR badges; gated on dimensions_enabled. - Voucher detail: display-only dimension badges with registry-name resolution. - EditDraftEntryDialog carries line dimensions so editing a draft no longer strips tags. categorize/bulk_book dims deferred to PR7 (needs the bulk_book RPC migration).
