chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers (#2150)
* chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers Remove 33 dead files, ~270 unreferenced exports/types, 13 dead i18n namespaces and 4 unused dependencies; fold byte-identical helper copies into one canonical home each (lib/utils chunk/sleep/utcDateStamp, lib/dates/iso, lib/invariants/uuid, lib/xml/escape, lib/reports/sru/format, lib/pdf/number-text, lib/browser/panel-request, lib/api/v1/body + v1ValidationError rolled out to ~55 v1 routes, booking-template schemas). No behaviour change: v1 bodies and status codes, MCP tool schemas, DB writes and money math are untouched. Naive ore rounding was deliberately not swapped for roundOre; see DECISIONS.md 2026-09-02 for the full list of things left alone on purpose. tsc, lint, 19588 unit tests and check:guards green; antipattern baseline ratcheted (naive-ore-round 622 -> 620, hand-rolled-invariant 115 -> 113). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(transactions): import RawTransaction from @/types after the ingest re-export removal CI's type ratchet (check:types, full tsconfig) caught the one test file that still imported the type through lib/transactions/ingest. feat(inbox): document-type badge and filter, +lev/+ver plus-addressing (#2129) (#2148)
* feat(inbox): document-type badge and filter, +lev/+ver plus-addressing (#2129) Phase 1: every inbox row shows its document kind (Kvitto, Leverantorsfaktura, Myndighetsbrev, Ovrigt) from the existing AI documentKind, and a second menu next to the status filter narrows the list to leverantorsfakturor or underlag. Pure predicate in lib/documents/inbox-kind.ts with tests. Phase 2: the shared inbox address accepts RFC 5233 plus-addressing. The webhook splits the local part at the first + and looks up the base, so <local>+anything@ now reaches the company instead of 404ing. +lev and +ver land in the new nullable invoice_inbox_items.kind_hint column (CHECK supplier_invoice | receipt), threaded through EmailMeta into both inbox inserts and returned by GET /items. kind_hint wins over documentKind for the badge and the filter and survives re-extraction because it is a column. The sources panel shows both tagged addresses with a one-line hint (sv + en). Tests: filter predicate per kind and null; parser and tag mapping; webhook routes +LEV and an unknown tag; pg test pins the CHECK and NULL default. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Hzv2Z2eCq8iJAAe8XC1hNr * fix(inbox): honest empty state under a type filter, detail pane shares the row's kind resolution Skeptic findings on #2148: with a type filter narrowing 'Att göra' to zero the empty state claimed 'allt är bearbetat' while the status trigger still counted pending rows; it now says no items of that type are here (sv + en). The fields rail printed the AI documentKind only, so a +lev hint could disagree with the row badge; it now uses resolveInboxKind like the list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Hzv2Z2eCq8iJAAe8XC1hNr * fix(inbox): keep the type-filter empty state off purchase lists, carry kind_hint onto rejected attachment rows CodeRabbit on #2148: the purchase lists (Saknar underlag, Hämta från portal) ignore the type menu, so a leftover kind filter must not pick their empty-state copy. A rejected attachment (unsupported MIME, too large) now keeps the sender's +lev / +ver hint on its error row like every other inbox insert; the allowlist test covers it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Hzv2Z2eCq8iJAAe8XC1hNr * fix(inbox): set the +lev/+ver kind hint only when the shared address resolved the company CodeRabbit on #2148: the hint was computed before recipient resolution, so a tag on an unknown or retired shared address could ride along onto a custom-domain match. It is now assigned inside the active shared-inbox branch only; regression test covers the multi-recipient case. fix(processing-history): register the missing event types, and strip the PII two of them carry (#2111)
* fix(processing-history): register the missing event types, and strip the PII two of them carry Ten event types are emitted by code but absent from processing_event_types, so every append fails the foreign key. Appends are best-effort try/catch, so no user request fails, but the internal audit trail is empty for ten kinds of legally motivated act, including the BFL 5 kap 5 § rattelse record when a user swaps a transaction's underlag (TransactionDocumentReplaced) and the SOC 2 revocation record (OAuthClientRevoked). Order matters and is deliberate. Two invoice-inbox events, RateLimitedDropped and AttachmentsTruncated, put the raw sender address and mail subject in their payload. Registering those types first would start persisting that PII into an append-only table whose UPDATE is trigger-blocked and which the archive's erasure path excludes. The strip therefore ships in this same commit, ahead of the migration. Only the invoice-inbox emitter was edited. whatsapp-inbox shares the RateLimitedDropped type name with a payload that carries no phone number. Closes the class rather than the two logged instances: a TypeScript union makes an unregistered literal a compile error, and the pg test asserts the database catalog is a superset of the code's list, generated from the union. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_016ifKg6Ec67A39oxfGPU1yc * fix(processing-history): strip the inbound-mail PII in the database, not by deploy ordering Review finding (superagent-security, P2): shipping the emitter fix and the catalog migration in one commit is not the same as one instant. Migrations apply on merge while the replacement build takes minutes, so an old instance can still write a sender address and mail subject in that window, and such a row is permanent: processing_history takes no UPDATE and no DELETE, and the archive export excludes it from the erasure path. Adds a BEFORE INSERT trigger stripping `from` and `subject` from the RateLimitedDropped and AttachmentsTruncated payloads, and keeps it afterwards so the invariant belongs to the table rather than to one emitter's good behaviour. The jsonb object check is load bearing: `payload - 'key'` raises on a jsonb array and payload's shape is not constrained. fix(inbox): never extract the receiving company as its own supplier (#2080)
* fix(inbox): never extract the receiving company as its own supplier The model sometimes reads the Kund/Kunduppgifter block of bank agreements and similar documents as the issuer, so the inbox offered to create the user's own company as a leverantor. Two layers: a supplier-direction rule in the extraction prompt (issuer, never the customer/recipient block), and a deterministic post-extraction guard that nulls the supplier block when its org number, derived VAT number, or exact name equals the receiving company's own. All AI extraction paths (upload, deferred, retry, attach-document, document-extraction, MCP) pass the company identity. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Hqm9QgdyNAFaWiz6Ww7pgb * fix(inbox): keep the own-company guard alive for photographed documents Skeptic findings on PR #2080: normalizeImageForExtraction rebuilt the input without ownCompany, so the guard never fired for HEIC/oversized phone photos (the motivating case). Spread the original input instead. Also let a provably different extracted org number outvote a name coincidence, and accept 12-digit personnummer-form own org numbers (19/20 century prefix, enskild firma) alongside the 16-prefixed organisation form. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Hqm9QgdyNAFaWiz6Ww7pgb * docs(compliance): add RoPA entry for the own-company-identity lookup Compliance swarm (GDPR Art. 30): fetchOwnCompanyIdentity reads companies.name and org_number on every extraction; record the processing activity (transient in-memory comparison, never sent to the model). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Hqm9QgdyNAFaWiz6Ww7pgb * fix(inbox): log own-company identity lookup failures instead of failing silent Compliance swarm (SOC 2 CC7.2): the bare catch in fetchOwnCompanyIdentity made a persistently broken lookup (RLS misconfig, DB outage) disable the guard invisibly. Also pin the VAT-number match across prefixed and bare digit forms in the test matrix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Hqm9QgdyNAFaWiz6Ww7pgb * fix(inbox): surface maybeSingle query errors in the own-company lookup CodeRabbit: maybeSingle() reports RLS/query failures in error without throwing, so the failure log added for SOC 2 CC7.2 never fired for exactly those cases. Throw the reported error into the existing catch (still fail open to nulls). feat(inbox): promote a single prominent amount into the editable total (#2073)
* feat(inbox): promote a single prominent amount into the editable total Follow-up to #2048 after founder review: the Belopp row was load-bearing for matching but read-only, so a misread amount could not be corrected, and an empty TOTALT still read as "extraction failed". - promoteSingleProminentAmount (extraction post-step, all intake paths): documentKind other/government_letter with no total and exactly one distinct nonzero prominent amount gets it copied into totals.total, stamped totalSource: 'prominent'. Multi-amount documents are left alone: picking one silently would invent a total. - provenance keeps the safety rails: matching demotes a promoted total back through the prominent-amounts fallback (0.85 discount, date guard, amountSource tag), so the nightly receipt-hunt still excludes these documents and confidence never presents as certainty. - the fields-PATCH route clears totalSource when a human edits TOTALT: a user-set amount is a verified total at full weight. - the read-only Belopp row now renders only for multi-amount documents, and filters zero amounts ("Totalt manadspris: 0 kr" noise). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Hqm9QgdyNAFaWiz6Ww7pgb * fix(inbox): review pass: concurrency-safe fields PATCH, zero-amount predicate CodeRabbit findings on #2073: - the fields-PATCH read-merge-write could let a racing autosave restore a stale extracted_data blob (including a totalSource stamp a concurrent TOTALT edit had just cleared). The update is now conditional on the trigger-maintained updated_at; zero rows matched returns 409 and the client's next debounced save re-reads. - hasAnyExtractedField now uses the same meaningful-amount predicate as the Belopp render filter, so a zero-only prominentAmounts list no longer suppresses the retry / upgrade affordances. feat(inbox): match non-invoice documents via prominent amounts (#2048)
* feat(inbox): match non-invoice documents via prominent amounts Bankintyg, bank agreements and other documentKind "other" PDFs carry no invoice-style total, so extraction correctly left totals.total null and the document became structurally unmatchable: findUnderlagCandidates hard-drops items without a comparable amount and the picker lost the 40% amount signal. - extraction: new prominentAmounts[] field (amount + document's own label), populated only when totals.total is null; account/org/phone/reference numbers and zero amounts excluded. totals.total semantics untouched. - matching: bestProminentAmountVariance() tries each printed amount and feeds calculateMatchConfidence at reduced weight (0.3 vs 0.4) in both the agent candidate scorer and TransactionMatchPicker. - UI: inbox rail shows the detected amounts read-only for such documents, list falls back to a single distinct prominent amount, and extraction no longer reads as "found nothing". Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Hqm9QgdyNAFaWiz6Ww7pgb * fix(inbox): discount prominent-amount fallback instead of reweighting it Skeptic pass refutations on the first commit: normalized weighting made a reduced amount weight self-defeating. Date + exact fallback amount with no merchant scored (0.25+0.3)/0.55 = 1.0 ("100% sakerhet" on a wrong same-day transaction), and a DISAGREEING fallback amount scored above a disagreeing invoice total (0.67 vs 0.60) because shrinking the weight also shrank the penalty. - score fallbacks at full amount weight, then multiply by a flat FALLBACK_CONFIDENCE_FACTOR (0.85): agreement caps below certainty, disagreement stays at least as damning as for a real total. - agent candidate surface additionally requires the document date within DATE_TOLERANCE_DAYS, so an avtal listing 349 kr no longer matches every future 349 kr charge from the same counterparty. - bestProminentAmountVariance returns which amount matched + its document label, and the match reason names it ("Exakt belopp i dokumentet: 2 500 SEK (Engangspris)"): no more bare "Exakt belopp" reaching the agent while total_amount is null. - prompt: prominentAmounts restricted to non-invoice documentKinds, and never a parking spot for an unreadable invoice total. - fix the stale "deliberately the same list" comment on EXTRACTED_FIELD_ACCESSORS. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Hqm9QgdyNAFaWiz6Ww7pgb * fix(receipt-hunt): never propose on the prominent-amounts fallback Second skeptic pass: the nightly hunt is a third consumer of scoreUnderlagCandidates and inherited the fallback unaware. A bankintyg whose printed "Insatt belopp" equals a same-day outflow scores 0.85, which clears CERTAIN_CONFIDENCE (0.8) and skips LLM adjudication, on a pairing wrong by construction (the hunt scans outflows only; "Insatt belopp" labels an inflow), with document_amount null in the approval preview. UnderlagCandidate now carries amountSource ('total' | 'prominent') and selectProposals drops fallback-scored candidates. Non-invoice documents stay reachable through the manual picker and the agent candidate surface, both of which have a human reading the amounts. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Hqm9QgdyNAFaWiz6Ww7pgb * fix(inbox): round fallback confidence via roundOre, not the naive pattern The two confidence discounts (and their test) tripped the naive-ore-round antipattern ratchet (625 vs baseline 622); use the sanctioned helper. feat(inbox): direct-to-storage upload for files over the hosted body limit (#1551) (#2030)
Hosted uploads larger than the 4 MB multipart ceiling (Vercel's 4.5 MB request-body cap) now go POST /upload/create (signed PUT URL, rate-limited) -> PUT to the raw Storage URL -> POST /upload/complete (server-side magic-byte and size validation, sha256, WORM move, idempotent), reusing the #1378 pending-upload primitives. uploadAndExtract is split into uploadDocument + processArchivedDocument so both paths share the inbox pipeline. Dokumentinkorgen and the supplier-invoice form use the new path only above the threshold; files that fit keep the multipart route. Cap stays at 10 MB (the issue asks for 20 MB: founder call). fix(invoice-inbox): read whole PDFs (last-page slice + truncation retry) (#2014)
* fix(invoice-inbox): read whole PDFs (last-page slice + truncation retry) PDF extraction read only part of well-structured PDFs, two confirmed mechanisms (21-day prod window: 49 sliced docs, 29 silent empties): - The auto-extract page budget was 3 (Bedrock-latency legacy, issue #553) and the slice kept only the first pages, so multi-page invoices lost the final page where totals, OCR and 'Att betala' sit. The budget is now 8 on pdf-native backends (Claude reads PDFs directly); the slice always keeps the last page. Rasterizing self-host backends keep the old budget of 3. - A max_tokens-truncated model answer was parsed as-is, failed, and became an all-null extraction with no trace. extractFromDocument now reports stop_reason max_tokens / finish_reason length as truncated; the extractor retries once at double AI_EXTRACTION_MAX_TOKENS and logs ai_extraction_truncated either way. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_012xosyW53HUa9JoFiDayhSk * fix(invoice-inbox): sweep cutoff covers the slower two-call extraction Skeptic finding on #2014: the crash-recovery sweep flipped 'processing' rows to an empty skeleton after 2 minutes, but a deferred extraction can now legitimately run 3-5 minutes (8 native pages plus one truncation retry at a doubled token cap), so the sweep stole the row and the CAS discarded the worker's real result. Cutoff raised to 10 minutes. Also: pages_partial_note made period-agnostic (old rows were extracted from first-pages-only slices, so naming the last page was retroactively wrong for them), and two stale first-pages-only comments updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_012xosyW53HUa9JoFiDayhSk * fix(invoice-inbox): keep the first extraction response when the retry throws CodeRabbit finding on #2014: a throttled/failed retry call bubbled to the outer catch before rawText was assigned, discarding a first response whose text may parse fine despite the truncation flag. The retry is now caught locally (logged as ai_extraction_retry_failed) and the first result flows on. feat(inbox): per-item underlag anchoring status and a daily reconcile cron for stranded underlag (#1548) (#2012)
* feat(invoice-inbox): per-item underlag status and daily reconcile of stranded booked items (#1548) The inbox derives "booked" from the matched transaction's verifikat, but that says nothing about whether THIS item's document reached it: a link that failed at propagation time, or a document anchored to another verifikat, read as booked while the verifikat sat without its underlag (BFL 5 kap 6-7 §). GET /items and /items/:id now also emit underlag_status (anchored | unlinked | anchored_elsewhere) from one batched document_attachments read; the workspace keeps divergent items in "Att göra", drops the booking bridge for them (the book routes 409 on a booked transaction) and shows one explanatory line with a link to the verifikat. The backfill script's loop moves into lib/transactions/ inbox-underlag-reconcile.ts and runs daily from a new extension-owned cron (vercel.json plus the generated Docker crontabs): transient link failures heal without an ad-hoc script run, permanent conflicts are counted in one summary, and each repaired transaction leaves an InboxUnderlagReconciled row in behandlingshistorik. That event type is registered by migration 20260828154800: processing_history.event_type has an FK to processing_event_types, and the script's previous InboxUnderlagBackfilled type was never registered, so its appends had always failed silently. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015nAd8XJ2RPCmG2eKoLBdna * fix(invoice-inbox): address review findings on the underlag reconcile (#1548) Findings 1, 3, 6 (scan cap starves the tail): the reconcile no longer caps the read. The matched-unconsumed candidate set holds permanent residents (samlingsverifikat siblings, anchored-elsewhere items) that never leave it, so a uuid-ordered read cap would revisit the same 1000 rows every night and never reach a stranded item sorting past the cut. The scan now pages through every candidate (four columns per row) and maxItems bounds the WORK: at most that many unlinked (or unreadable) items are propagated per run; already-anchored, anchored-elsewhere and locked items are counted from the pre-state without a propagation or budget. Items past the budget are counted as deferred and truncated is logged at warn level. Findings 2, 5 (false "linked automatically" promise for locked periods): resolveUnderlagAnchoring reads the fiscal period lock state of the verifikat for every unlinked item and reports unlinked_locked when is_closed or locked_at is set, the same pair enforce_period_lock_documents checks. The reconciler counts it separately (unlinkedLocked), never propagates it and never warns "still unlinked after re-run"; the rail shows a message that says the period must be unlocked first. Findings 4, 7 (absent anchoring read as booked): the list and detail enrichment emit underlag_status 'unknown' when the helper could not read the document row, and the workspace treats any status but 'anchored' as divergent (stays in Att göra, no booking bridge, own message). classify() counts a repair only when the pre-state was explicitly unlinked, so an unreadable before-read never earns an InboxUnderlagReconciled event. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015nAd8XJ2RPCmG2eKoLBdna * fix(invoice-inbox): address round-2 review findings (#1548) 1. [minor] Round-1 fix dropped propagation for transactions whose inbox items already read anchored, so the pinned-document leg (transactions.document_id) was never repaired and settled items never received their created_journal_entry_id stamp, staying in the scan and inflating alreadyAnchored every night. reconcileCompany now propagates every stranded transaction that has an unlinked (budgeted) item or an anchored / document-less item, outside the maxItems budget: the helper is idempotent and the stamp shrinks its own population. Locked-only and anchored-elsewhere-only transactions stay skipped. Counting and the behandlingshistorik trail are unchanged (anchored items keep their pre-state verdict, no event). Tests updated and a new case pins the anchored-item plus document-less-item transaction: propagated, no after-read, no history. DECISIONS line amended. fix(invoices): honour defer_invoice_booking on MCP, REST v1 and inbox convert (#1921)
The #967 "Registrera men bokför inte" setting was only respected by the dashboard routes. Six other paths decided whether to post the issue-time verifikat with `accounting_method === 'accrual'` alone, so a company that had switched booking to the explicit Bokför step still got vouchers posted at issue through MCP, the REST v1 API and the invoice-inbox convert route: - lib/pending-operations/commit.ts: send_invoice, mark_invoice_sent, create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox executors - app/api/v1/.../invoices/[id]/send and mark-sent (commit + dry-run preview) - app/api/v1/.../supplier-invoices POST - extensions/general/invoice-inbox convert All of them now call booksInvoicesOnIssue() from lib/bookkeeping/booking-mode, the helper the dashboard already uses, and select defer_invoice_booking where the settings projection did not include it. Behaviour for accrual companies without the flag and for kontantmetoden companies is unchanged. Tests: one deferred-company case per door (8 new), verified to fail without the fix. skills/accounted-api regenerated for the changed v1 descriptions. fix(bookkeeping): settle unbound transactions on the company's single enabled cash account (#1831)
* fix(bookkeeping): settle unbound transactions on the company's single enabled cash account A transaction with no cash_account_id booked its bank leg on the hardcoded 1930 from the standard templates and category mappings even when the company's only bank account is e.g. 1920 (PlusGiro), while the booking dialogs previewed the right account via the client-side resolveAccount fallback. resolveSettlementAccount now mirrors that fallback: with a NULL cash_account_id it lists the company's enabled cash accounts and, when EXACTLY ONE matches the transaction's currency, settles there; zero or several candidates keep the 1930 fallback. The explicit-cash_account_id branch (including its throw-on-error path, issue #842) is byte-identical. Transaction currency is threaded into the categorize, batch-categorize, pending-operation edit, MCP staging, and invoice-inbox call sites; other callers get the SEK default. Forward-only: historical wrong verifikat are corrected only via the existing storno runbook (docs/SETTLEMENT_ACCOUNT_REMEDIATION.md). feat(ai): job-shaped AI service with OpenAI-compatible backend, extraction-first; stop extracting every inbox document twice (#1740)
* feat(ai): job-shaped AI service with OpenAI-compatible backend, extraction-first; stop extracting every inbox document twice Sovereign plan WS1 PR1 (#1406 Tier 2, extraction-first, aligned with the AI surface audit). lib/ai grows a job-shaped service (generateText / generateStructured / extractFromDocument; no streaming members yet, see plan rule R3): - services/anthropic-family delegates to the existing createAiClient() and sends the exact request literals the inbox extractor sent before (request-shape tests deep-equal them), so hosted Bedrock stays byte-identical. - services/openai-compatible talks to any chat-completions endpoint (BYO Swedish provider) via Vercel AI SDK 6.x, exact-pinned and guarded: images as parts, PDFs rasterized with poppler (AI_PDF_MODE) or sent natively, AI_VISION / AI_STRICT_JSON declared, honest skips (ai_no_vision, pdf_rasterizer_missing) instead of fake failures. - config.ts: AI_PROVIDER/AI_BASE_URL/AI_API_KEY/AI_MODEL and per-tier AI_*_MODEL with the legacy BEDROCK_* names kept as the same overrides; getAiStatus() is the single source of truth for "is AI wired up". - provider.ts: openai-compatible in the auto-detect chain (after Bedrock and the direct API); createAiClient() refuses it loudly. Document extraction moves onto the service and gets the audit's fixes: - Inbox documents were extracted TWICE (pipeline A ran inside uploadDocument() before the inbox row existed, so its dedupe branch never fired; 3 707 + 1 666 calls / 30 d). The inbox now declares extractionOwner on the upload, the extension yields, and the inbox mirrors its single outcome onto document_attachments from every writer (sync, deferred, attach, retry, MCP). - Every "no extraction will ever happen" outcome is stamped (skipped:no_ai_entitlement / ai_unconfigured / system_generated / ...); the status route maps the quiet ones to 'disabled' on the first poll instead of a 30 s client timeout. Prod showed 309 of the 327 never-extracted uploads were the paywall working silently. - Self-generated documents (our own invoice PDFs, payout files) are no longer OCR'd. - Agent invoke answers 503 ai_unconfigured when the deployment has no assistant backend, distinct from the paywall. Guard: new direct-ai-client antipattern check (shrink-only allowlist of the pre-abstraction SDK callers) plus exact pins for @anthropic-ai/sdk, ai and @ai-sdk/openai-compatible. Verified: 15 958 unit tests green, guards, lint ratchet, typecheck, and a live smoke against hosted Bedrock through the new service (ping, streamed tool turn, thinking+cache, PDF extraction). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(ai): make AI_API_KEY optional for OpenAI-compatible endpoints (keyless local model servers) A local model server (llama.cpp's server, Ollama /v1, LM Studio, vLLM) usually has no auth. Before, the OpenAI-compatible backend required both AI_BASE_URL and AI_API_KEY to count as configured, so running Accounted on a local model meant setting a meaningless placeholder key. - resolveAiProvider / hasAiCredentials: a base URL alone is now enough. - services/openai-compatible: only send Authorization: Bearer when AI_API_KEY is set, so a keyless server is never handed an empty bearer; a hosted provider that needs a key still sets it. - Docs (SELF-HOSTING Option 3: local-model example, key marked optional), DECISIONS. Verified: with no AI_API_KEY, just AI_BASE_URL + AI_MODEL, getAiStatus() reports configured=true / provider=openai-compatible (live). lib/ai suite 71 green; tsc, guards, lint clean. Bedrock/Anthropic logic unchanged. PR 2 of 2: fix/inbox-retry-extraction-rematch (#1631)
* fix(inbox): match suppliers on VAT number, not just org-nr and name An extracted document auto-links to a supplier by org_number, then by an exact (case-insensitive) name match. The extractor deliberately leaves orgNumber null unless the document carries a real Swedish organisationsnummer, so for every foreign supplier the name was the only key left: "ADOBE SYSTEMS SOFTWARE IRELAND LTD" prints nothing but a momsregistreringsnummer (IE6364992H), which the suppliers table already stores in vat_number and which no code path looked at. Adds vat_number as a match key between org_number and name, and collapses the five inlined copies of the lookup into lib/suppliers/match-supplier.ts: - invoice-inbox upload (sync and deferred worker) - invoice-inbox PUT /items/:id/extracted-data - MCP createDocumentInboxItem (org-nr only until now: gains VAT and name) - MCP gnubok_set_inbox_extracted_data - MCP gnubok_create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox, which additionally read supplierExt.organizationNumber, a key the extraction schema never writes, so its org-nr lookup could not fire at all VAT numbers are compared on a canonical key (uppercased alphanumerics), so formatting variants match and a prefix-less "556012579001" still matches "SE556012579001"; two different country prefixes never do. Also escapes LIKE metacharacters in the name lookup, so a supplier named "100 % Solutions" is no longer a wildcard pattern. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): re-run the supplier match when the extraction is re-run "Tolka om" (POST /items/:id/retry-extraction) rewrote extracted_data and left matched_supplier_id untouched. It is the one affordance a user reaches for precisely when auto-linking failed, and it could not produce a link no matter how many times they pressed it: the match ran once, at first extraction, and never again. An item that arrived before its supplier existed stayed unlinked forever. The retry now runs the same shared matcher the other extraction paths use. Only a positive match is written, unlike those paths which also write null: a supplier the user picked by hand must survive a retry that finds nothing, which is the likelier case on a document that already failed to match once. Stacked on fix/supplier-match-vat-number for matchSupplierId(); merge that one first. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): write the retry-extraction update as two literal payloads The conditional spread for matched_supplier_id was one more dynamic payload than the phantom-column guard's ceiling allows (380 > 379), and a spread is exactly the shape that guard cannot check. Two inline literal update calls keep every written column checkable. fix(inbox): match suppliers on VAT number, not just org-nr and name (#1630)
An extracted document auto-links to a supplier by org_number, then by an exact (case-insensitive) name match. Adds vat_number as a match key between org_number and name, and collapses the five inlined copies of the lookup into lib/suppliers/match-supplier.ts: - invoice-inbox upload (sync and deferred worker) - invoice-inbox PUT /items/:id/extracted-data - MCP createDocumentInboxItem (org-nr only until now: gains VAT and name) - MCP gnubok_set_inbox_extracted_data - MCP gnubok_create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox, which additionally read supplierExt.organizationNumber, a key the extraction schema never writes, so its org-nr lookup could not fire at all VAT numbers are compared on a canonical key (uppercased alphanumerics), so formatting variants match and a prefix-less "556012579001" still matches "SE556012579001"; two different country prefixes never do. fix(supabase): stop server clients leaking a 30s refresh ticker per request (#1612)
* fix(supabase): stop server clients leaking a 30s refresh ticker per request
`autoRefreshToken` defaults to true in supabase-js, and off-browser
@supabase/auth-js starts the refresh ticker unconditionally:
// in non-browser environments the refresh token ticker runs always
this.startAutoRefresh()
That is a setInterval firing every 30 s. It calls unref(), so the process
still exits, tests pass, and Vercel never notices because the process is
torn down long before the tickers accumulate. But unref() does not make a
timer collectable: it stays registered in the event loop and remains a GC
root for its callback, which closes over the GoTrueClient, the
SupabaseClient, and the whole request scope around it.
A long-running self-hosted instance therefore leaks one timer plus one
entire request graph (socket, IncomingMessage, ServerResponse, headers,
route context: ~100 kB) per client constructed. One died of "JavaScript
heap out of memory" after 42 h, the last 24 of them completely idle. The
heap snapshot showed 445 retained request graphs and ~1050 Timeouts in
the 30 000 ms bucket, retained via `autoRefreshTicker`, and the rate
matched the traffic exactly: the Docker healthcheck polls /api/health
every 30 s and the webhook dispatch cron runs every minute, so
3 clients/min x 148 min = 444.
- new lib/supabase/service-client.ts: createServiceRoleClient() applies
SERVER_AUTH_OPTIONS, spread LAST so a caller passing its own auth block
cannot re-enable the ticker
- 22 call sites migrated; only booking-templates/sync/cron had ever
passed the options itself
- guard 9 in no-new-antipatterns.mjs fails CI on any new value import of
supabase-js's createClient outside the wrapper; type-only imports are
fine. Verified to fail on a deliberate regression and pass once fixed
- browser clients untouched: a signed-in tab genuinely needs the refresh,
and lib/supabase/client.ts is built on createBrowserClient anyway
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(checks): catch namespace imports in the leaky-supabase-client guard
The guard only matched named imports, so
import * as sb from '@supabase/supabase-js'
sb.createClient(url, key)
reached createClient through member access without ever naming it, and
passed. Verified against the real script before and after: the shape is
flagged now, and `import type * as sb` still passes.
Namespace value imports are treated as leaky outright rather than tracking
member access, which keeps the check a regex over source text with no new
dependency.
Review also suggested excluding *.test.tsx alongside *.test.ts. Skipped: the
repo has no .test.tsx files, and all four sibling checks in this file use
`.test.ts`. Diverging in one of them would read as an accident; if such files
appear, all four should change together.

feat(inbox): staged upload ack, HEIC/HEIF validation, WhatsApp silence fixes (#1605)
* fix(whatsapp): app-side unmute, close silent intake paths, health visibility - add POST /link/unmute and a Reactivate control on the Pausad state - company resolution: transient query errors release the row for sweep retry; genuine zero-options sends M19 instead of parking silently - media from unlinked senders bypasses the hourly greeting throttle (10 min burst window, daily cap kept) - GET /link returns 7-day failed-delivery and parked-inbound counts; sweep summary logs outboundFailed24h Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): real HEIC/HEIF magic-byte validation, bilingual upload errors - detect ISO-BMFF ftyp brands (heic/heix/heim/heis/hevc/hevx/hevm/hevs, mif1/msf1) instead of exempting image/heic from validation; declared heic/heif accepts either family member (iOS labels vary) - new INBOX_UPLOAD_* structured error codes replace raw English strings on the inbox upload and attach-document routes - registry doc corrected to the real 10 MB cap Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(inbox): staged upload with instant ack and deferred AI extraction - web uploads insert the inbox item as status processing and respond immediately; Bedrock extraction and supplier match run via after() with a CAS flip to received (email and WhatsApp channels keep the synchronous path) - widen invoice_inbox_items.status CHECK to include processing (migration 20260813180000, pg-real test included) - crash-recovery sweep cron (*/2) flips stale processing rows; bulk-book skips extraction_in_progress items - workspace: processing chip, in-flight rows disable actions, realtime flip, retry-extraction button for empty extractions - picker accept list drops HEIC/HEIF so iOS transcodes library photos to JPEG; server allowlists unchanged (supersedes 2026-08-01 HEIC decision, see DECISIONS.md) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): bump inbox processing-status migration past main's latest Main merged 20260813210000 while this PR was in flight; an inserted version older than the latest applied aborts the prod db push at merge. fix(ai): complete plain-key self-hosting path (#1584)
* feat(ai): resolve the Claude backend from the environment Tier 1 of #1406: a self-hosted deployment can now run every AI feature on a plain ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, with no AWS account. Hosted behaviour is unchanged. lib/ai/provider.ts resolves the backend once, from the environment: AI_PROVIDER explicit override, bedrock|anthropic AWS static key pair Bedrock ANTHROPIC_API_KEY the direct Anthropic API nothing set Bedrock, so the AWS credential provider chain (instance profile, IRSA) still resolves Bedrock deliberately wins when both credential sets are present. EU residency in eu-north-1 is a BFL/GDPR posture rather than a default, so adding an Anthropic key for an experiment must not silently move production inference out of the region. AI_PROVIDER is the way to say you meant it. Model ids are written bare in code and prefixed to eu.anthropic.* only for Bedrock, which needs the cross-region inference profile for on-demand throughput. An operator override that already carries a prefix passes through untouched, so BEDROCK_MODEL_ID and friends keep working as written. Converted call sites: the agent composer, invoice-inbox extraction, the document-extraction model label, and both receipt-hunt clients. The last two are not named in the issue, which predates receipt-hunt landing in main. @anthropic-ai/sdk is declared at 0.95.0, the version @anthropic-ai/bedrock-sdk 0.29.1 already pulled in transitively, so the lockfile dedupes to one copy with no new download. scripts/smoke-bedrock.ts becomes scripts/smoke-ai.ts and grows two steps. Unit tests can only prove which provider and model id get resolved; they cannot prove the resulting request is one the backend accepts. The script now sends real traffic over all three shapes the app uses: a plain create, a streamed turn carrying adaptive thinking, an effort level, an hour-long cache breakpoint and a tool, and document extraction end to end when given a file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Bergenheim <29535152+bjornbergenheim@users.noreply.github.com> * docs(self-hosting): document the AI smoke test The script added alongside the provider split is what closes the #1406 acceptance criterion ("document extraction and the assistant both work"), so a self-hoster needs to know it exists. Covers both invocations and states that it exits non-zero, which is what makes it usable as a post-deploy check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Bergenheim <29535152+bjornbergenheim@users.noreply.github.com> * test(ai): split the smoke test's thinking probe from its tool probe The combined probe could not falsify what it claimed to. It asked a question that needs a tool call, so the tool was used and adaptive thinking correctly declined to reason about it: the zero thinking-block count that came back was uninformative rather than a signal. 2a keeps the tool and drops thinking. 2b asks a question with several dependent steps (reverse charge, then a partial deduction, then the affected boxes) so that a model honouring the parameter must reason, and reports the thinking text length as well as the block count, since display:"summarized" can yield blocks with empty text. The cached system prompt is also padded past the 1024-token minimum cacheable prefix. Below that the API caches nothing and reports no error, so the old probe's cache counters read zero whether or not caching worked. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Bergenheim <29535152+bjornbergenheim@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(document-extraction): stop requiring AWS_REGION in the manifest The extension now needs one of two credential sets, AWS static keys or ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, and the manifest schema cannot express "one of". Since requiredEnvVars only drives a build-time warning and never gates anything, listing AWS_REGION told every self-hoster running the direct API to set a variable that has no effect for them. The description was also still promising Sonnet 4.6 via Bedrock specifically, which is no longer what the extension does. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Bergenheim <29535152+bjornbergenheim@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(ai): read documentKind defensively in the smoke test The field arrived with the receipt-aware extraction work, so referencing it directly stops the script compiling against any checkout from before that landed. tsconfig includes **/*.ts and next.config does not disable type checking, so on such a checkout this failed the production build rather than just the script: caught while preparing a test branch for a self-hosted instance that had not synced yet. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Bergenheim <29535152+bjornbergenheim@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(deps): restore the nested @swc/helpers entry in the lockfile Declaring @anthropic-ai/sdk with `npm install --package-lock-only` also pruned node_modules/next-intl/node_modules/@swc/helpers@0.5.23, an optional peer entry the local npm 11 considers redundant and the image's npm 10.9.8 does not. The result passed every local check and failed `npm ci` inside the Docker build, which is the only place the lockfile is actually enforced. The lockfile is now the previous one plus the single root dependency line, verified with `npm ci --dry-run`. @anthropic-ai/sdk needed nothing else: it was already in the tree as a transitive dependency of @anthropic-ai/bedrock-sdk. fix(inbox): booked items no longer strand in Att gora as matched-forever (#1547)
* fix(inbox): booked items no longer strand in Att gora as matched-forever A matched inbox item only left the active inbox when created_journal_entry_id was stamped, and only categorizeTransactionCore stamped it. Booking the matched transaction through any other path (the /book dialog route, bulk-book, link-to-existing-voucher) or matching a receipt to an already-booked transaction (receipt hunt approvals, attach-document, match-transaction) left the item "linked" forever, pointing at a transaction that had already left the transactions work list. Todays hunt fix (#1524) turned this July-old gap into a visible flood of stuck items. Two-part fix, because stamps alone cannot cover the reported case: created_journal_entry_id is UNIQUE (20260515090000), so on a bulk-book samlingsverifikat only one of N matched items can ever carry it. Write side: lib/transactions/inbox-underlag.ts is the shared implementation all paths now call. It links matched items' documents to the anchoring verifikat (BFL 5 kap 6-7 kap: underlag on the verifikation) and stamps created_journal_entry_id best-effort (CAS on null, unique_violation tolerated). Wired into categorize-core (replacing its inline block), /book, bulk-book, linkTransactionToJournalEntry, both attach paths (REST + pending-operation), and the inbox match-transaction handler. The attach paths and the doc-conflict guard also resolve bulk-booked transactions through transaction_voucher_links, which they previously treated as unbooked. Read side: GET /items (and /items/:id) enrich matched-but-unstamped items with matched_transaction_journal_entry_id, and the workspace derives "booked" from it. This is what clears the stuck rows already in prod without a status backfill, and what covers the N-1 samlingsverifikat items the UNIQUE constraint refuses to stamp. Bulk-book selection filters exclude such items so "Bokfor valda" no longer offers 409 fodder. scripts/backfill-inbox-booked-underlag.ts (dry-run by default) repairs the historical document->verifikat links the old paths never made. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): stamp only settled underlag, and give the backfill behandlingshistorik Both from the Swedish accounting compliance review. The consumed-stamp is now conditional on the underlag actually referencing a verifikat: stamping over a failed document link hid the item from the .is('created_journal_entry_id', null) query forever, leaving a posted verifikation without its underlag reference (BFL 5 kap 6-7 kap) and nothing left to surface or repair it. A failed link now leaves the item unstamped so re-runs and the backfill can finish the job; a document preserved on another verifikat still counts as settled. The backfill script now appends an InboxUnderlagBackfilled event per repaired transaction to processing_history (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8): a mass repair touching underlag-to-verifikat linkage leaves a changelog trail distinguishing it from the original booking action. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(inbox): backfill writes behandlingshistorik through the shared appender From the Swedish accounting compliance review round 2: a hand-rolled processing_history insert in the backfill script could drift from the shared row shape and skip the PII validation. appendProcessingHistory now delegates to appendProcessingHistoryWithClient, which takes a caller-supplied service-role client, so standalone scripts write behandlingshistorik through the exact same code path as the app (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8: one reconcilable change log across writers). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): leave the item unstamped when its document belongs to another verifikat Swedish accounting review round 3: refusing to steal the document was right, but stamping the item consumed anyway hid the fact that the transaction's own verifikat ended up with no underlag reference from it (BFL 5 kap 6-7 kap). The anchored-elsewhere case now leaves created_journal_entry_id null so the mismatch keeps surfacing for reconciliation, same posture as a failed link. Also documents in the backfill script header why its writes cannot land in locked periods: linkToJournalEntry's UPDATE is guarded by the enforce_period_lock DB trigger, which fires for service-role writes too. fix(inbox): carry the matched transaction amount into manual booking (#1546)
PR #1524 swapped the matched-state "Bokfor manuellt" path from BookDirectlyDialog to EditKonteringDialog, which is seeded only from the booking proposal. An unknown supplier has no proposal, so the dialog opened with two blank rows and no amount at all: on a foreign-currency invoice the SEK figure then existed nowhere on screen (user-reported regression, 2026-08-12). suggest-booking now returns, on every empty-proposal branch (no_mapping, currency_unsupported, engine failure), the matched bank row's SEK amount and date plus a balanced two-row skeleton: the settlement account on one side, a blank cost row on the other, mirroring what buildPrefillLines seeded before the swap. The SEK amount goes through resolveSekAmountOrNull, so a foreign row with no honest kronor figure still opens blank rather than relabeling EUR as SEK. The dialog also shows the matched transaction's amount and date beside the title, and empty proposals now carry the bank date so the entry no longer falls back to the document date. feat(supplier-invoices): sarskild loneskatt (SLP) pair on pension premium lines (#1534)
* feat(supplier-invoices): sarskild loneskatt (SLP) pair on pension premium lines Booking a tjanstepension invoice (e.g. Avanza) needs the buyer's own SLP beyond the payable: debit 7533 / credit 2514 at 24.26% of the premium (SLF 1991:687). The item-based debit-only form could not express the self-balancing pair, so users had to hand-edit the verifikat. - new leaf module lib/bookkeeping/slp-lines.ts: SLP_RATE (single source, re-exported by the bokslut calculator), isSlpPensionAccount (741x), generateSlpLines (7533 D / 2514 K, nets to zero) - migration adds supplier_invoice_items.apply_slp boolean default false - registration, cash, and privately-paid generators inject the pair for flagged 741x items, mirroring the reverse-charge injection; the balance guarantees keep 2440/1930/2893 at exactly the invoice total; the credit note generator reverses the pair (7533 K / 2514 D) - privately-paid balance guarantee now subtracts existing credits so the SLP 2514 leg never inflates the owner account - schema field apply_slp + guards in all create paths (main route, inbox convert, v1 REST, pending-operations executor): 400 SI_CREATE_SLP_INVALID_ACCOUNT on non-741x accounts, 400 SI_CREATE_SLP_ACCRUAL combined with periodisering - form: advisory hint on unflagged 741x rows with one-click opt-in and a quiet confirmation line when applied; totals box untouched (the invoice total stays the payable); AB review preview injects the same pair via the same generator for parity - year-end double-count guard: calculateSarskildLoneskatt subtracts SLP already posted to 7533 during the year (floored at zero) so bokslut never provisions flagged premiums twice Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(api-skill): regenerate suppliers reference for apply_slp The apiskill:check CI gate requires the generated accounted-api skill to stay in sync with the endpoint registry after the apply_slp addition. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(slp): carry apply_slp through v1 routes, MCP staging, preview and credit reversal Review findings on the SLP PR: - v1 credit route: SI_FULL_COLUMNS now projects items.apply_slp, so createSupplierCreditNoteEntry sees the flag and reverses the 7533/2514 pair booked at registration (it previously stood forever and the year-end netting under-provisioned). The flag is also copied onto the created credit-note items for parity with the web credit route. - v1 mark-paid: the items sub-select now includes apply_slp, so a kontantmetoden payment via v1 books the cash entry WITH the SLP pair, matching the web mark-paid. - v1 GET ?expand=items: SI_ITEM_COLUMNS includes apply_slp so the flag is readable back through the public API. - credit-note SLP base is abs of the SIGNED sum of flagged line_totals, not per-item abs: a mixed-sign flagged original (+10000/-2000) booked SLP on 8000 at registration and now reverses exactly that, not 12000. The expense-bucket per-item abs convention is untouched. - kontantmetod bank-match preview appends the same generateSlpLines pair the POST books, so the approved lines equal the committed lines. - MCP gnubok_create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox: line_overrides accepts apply_slp (optional boolean), plumbs it into the staged operation's items, and rejects non-741x resolved accounts at staging time with the bilingual SI_CREATE_SLP_INVALID_ACCOUNT texts. - DECISIONS.md: five entries for today's decisions. Every behavioral fix has a test verified to fail without it. feat(documents): dedupe intake channels on content, not just provenance (#1528)
* feat(documents): dedupe intake channels on content, not just provenance Every ingestion path already computes and stores sha256_hash, but only WhatsApp ever read it back: the manual upload, Resend inbound, and mail hunt deduped on provenance keys alone (or not at all), so the same receipt forwarded to two inboxes, re-hunted by a sweep, or uploaded twice became a second archived document and a second inbox item. With the hunt live and three channels feeding one inbox, that is an unbounded duplicate generator (flows plan, prerequisite PR 1). uploadDocument gains an opt-in dedupeByContent flag: before storing, it looks for a current-version document in the same company with the same SHA-256 and returns it (marked deduplicated) instead of archiving a copy. Opt-in because archival callers must store what they produced even when bytes repeat; the SELECT-then-insert race is accepted exactly as in the WhatsApp intake precedent. uploadAndExtract turns the flag on for every inbox channel. On a hit it adopts the oldest inbox item for that document, so callers always receive a real inbox_item_id, and only files a new item (against the EXISTING document) when the content entered the archive outside the inbox. The mail hunt skips outright: its provenance key catches the same message re-hunted, the content check catches the same receipt arriving through another inbox. WhatsApp keeps its own pre-check, which also drives the duplicate reply to the sender. No migration: the hash column and its index have existed since the original archive schema. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): review round: fail closed, adopt-or-file in the hunt, audit trail CodeRabbit: both dedupe lookups failed OPEN, so a transient DB error would silently archive the duplicate the feature exists to prevent; both now throw before anything is stored, and a regression test locks it. The ingest test also asserts the dedupeByContent flag in the production call, so removing the flag fails the suite. Swedish compliance review, both findings real: (1) the mail hunt's unconditional skip could swallow a receipt whose content matches a document that never passed the inbox (a manually attached copy), leaving an affärshändelse without underlag routing (BFL 5 kap): the hunt now mirrors the funnel's adopt-or-file semantics, skipping only when an inbox item already carries the document and otherwise filing an item against the EXISTING document. (2) The skip decision now lands in behandlingshistorik as DocumentDuplicateSkipped (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8), not just the app log. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(receipt-hunt): keep the audit payload pseudonymous; lock the skip trail in tests Review round 2. The DocumentDuplicateSkipped payload carried the mailbox address, violating the processing-history contract (pseudonymous IDs only, never emails); the digit-shaped PII validator would not have caught it, which is exactly why the contract must hold at the call site. Which mailbox first delivered the receipt is already on the existing item's channel_context. Tests now assert the audit event lands with the right identifiers and no address, and that a history outage still skips rather than filing a duplicate. Not changed: a duplicate-lookup error still soft-fails the attachment (warn + continue). Aborting the candidate would contradict this function's documented contract (one bad message never costs the night's hunt); fail-closed holds either way, and the next sweep retries since no item was filed. feat(inbox): Underlag rebuilt to answer what is missing, where to get it, and how it would be booked (#1524)
* fix(mail): stop Gmail refusing the search, and stop calling that "hittade inget" Pressing Leta produced mails=25, documents=0 on a real two-mailbox run. Nothing was found because nothing was searched: every request came back 429 "Too many concurrent requests for user". Two bugs, and the second is the one that matters. The search fanned out with Promise.all over every message id at once, one Gmail request per message, per connection. Gmail enforces a per-user concurrency ceiling as well as a daily quota, and this sailed past it long before any volume worth worrying about. It now runs through a pool of five per connection, which is comfortably under and still finishes a page of results in a couple of round trips. The catch turned each refusal into an empty array, with a comment saying one mailbox's failure must not become the company's. Right instinct, wrong consequence: an empty array is also what an empty mailbox returns, and the manual hunt loop stops on fetched === 0 because that is its signal for "the mailboxes hold nothing more for what is open". So a rate-limited search told the user their receipts do not exist, and stopped looking. searchFailureCount() now separates "could not look" from "nothing there". The run route reports it, and the loop treats a pass with failures as failed rather than finished, so pressing again is the obvious next move instead of a pointless one. This is the failure this feature exists to catch, happening inside the feature: silence that reads as an answer. Restoring the unbounded fan-out fails one test; removing the failure counter fails three. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(inbox): segment filter as a dropdown, not three rows of pills Five filters wrapped to three lines in a 280px column. The counts are what people actually read, so they stay on the trigger and inside the menu rather than being traded away for the space. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(inbox): one chip for where underlag come from Three routes in, and the page never said so: the forwarding address sat inline in the header, the mailboxes lived only in Instaellningar, and WhatsApp was invisible here entirely. They are behind one chip now. Which mailbox and when it was last read is what people look up when something seems wrong, not what they read every visit, so it opens rather than occupying the header. A mailbox that has stopped working is the exception, so it surfaces on the chip itself rather than waiting to be found one click in. That silence is the failure this feature exists to catch. Configuration stays in Instaellningar; this only reports. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(inbox): the kontering first, the evidence folded Reading order was backwards. Nine extracted values came first and the one thing to approve came last, so every matched item meant scrolling past the evidence to reach the decision. The proposed kontering is now the first thing in the rail. The fields fold behind a summary that carries how many of the twelve the extraction actually filled, so a thin extraction is visible without opening it. They stay open when nothing is matched: with no proposal above them the fields are all there is, and folding the only content on the pane would be a hiding place rather than a hierarchy. The counted list is the same one hasAnyExtractedField checks, so the summary cannot claim a field the 'is anything here' test does not count. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(inbox): one dialog that changes the whole verifikat The rail offered three overlapping ways to alter a booking and none said what it covered: an Aendra beside the date, an Aendra kontering at the bottom, and a menu entry that did what the primary button already did. This is the one control, and its scope is the whole verifikat: date, series, description, every line. It opens pre-filled with the proposal when there is one and empty when there is not, so there is no separate book-manually path to pick between. A dialog rather than an inline editor: a 340px rail cannot hold an account picker, two money columns and a delete control per row without clipping something, and the document has to stay readable while the numbers change. Checking a momssats against the paper is the reason to open it at all. TransactionBookingDialog already has this shape for the same reason. The form is JournalEntryForm unchanged. It carries the series picker, per line descriptions, dimensions, currency, the balance check and the confirm step, and it posts through the sanctioned route. Extending BookDirectlyDialog was the alternative and is not viable: three effects seed its lines and fight anything injected, and its FormLine has no room for line text, dimensions or tax codes. Nothing posts without the form's own review step, so a proposal stays a draft the user commits. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): show every unreceipted purchase, and fold the mailboxes Three things. The 100 kr floor was hiding 52 of one real company's 119 unreceipted purchases: the page reported 67 and looked tidier for it. The floor was copied from the receipt hunt, where it earns its place because every candidate costs a mail search and a model read. This list costs a query, and bokforingslagen wants an underlag for the 45 kr purchase exactly as much as for the 4 500 kr one. The hunt keeps its floor; the page has none. Mailboxes fold. When it was last searched is what you look up when a mailbox seems to have gone quiet, not what you read on the way past. The address stays on the row, and a connection that needs reconnecting still says so without opening. Dropped the line telling people to go to Instaellningar. The panel reports where underlag come from; sending them elsewhere was the seam this work set out to close. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(inbox): split the portal purchases out, and say what a run found Four things from looking at the real page beside the artifact. Hamta fran portal is its own list again. Twelve of one company's 119 unreceipted purchases have a supplier whose invoices sit behind a login, and that is a different job from the other 107: go there and fetch it, versus ask somebody. Collapsing them into one list with a badge buried the twelve you can settle now among the hundred you cannot. A run now says what it did. Pressing Leta and being told nothing is why the feature read as broken even on the runs where it worked: three underlag landed and the page looked identical afterwards. WhatsApp folds like the mailboxes and shows its number, which is the fact worth having. Describing the channel to someone who already connected it was not. The forwarding address lost its subtitle, and WhatsApp rows carry the brand mark. Emailed documents keep the generic one: nothing records which mailbox fetched them, so claiming a provider would be a guess. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): the WhatsApp number, three wrong portals, and somewhere to drop the file The WhatsApp row read the response in snake_case while the route answers camelCase, so a linked number rendered as a dash and a verified link read as unverified. Reading phoneMasked and verifiedAt fixes both. Anthropic, Vercel and Supabase are out of the portal directory. All three email their invoices to European customers, so listing them told somebody to go and log in for a document already sitting in their inbox: worse than saying nothing, because it sends them away from the answer. The directory's bar is 'does not send the invoice', not 'also has a portal'. The poll it was seeded from asked which portals people log into, and people answered with where an invoice can also be found. The same objection may reach further down the list. A purchase with no underlag now offers somewhere to put one. Telling somebody a document is missing without a place to drop it is half an answer, and the drop zone carries the amount and the date so the right file goes to the right purchase. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(portal): the links were never opened, and two of them were wrong The directory shipped with eighteen hand-written paths and none had been clicked. The file said so in its own header and shipped regardless, which is how a founder came to land on a 404 opening Google Workspace. A sweep of every URL found GitHub broken as well. Google Workspace now points at the console root rather than a deep billing path: admin.google.com refuses automated requests, so no deeper path can be verified from here, and a link that lands one click short beats one that lands on an error page. GitHub points at the path that actually answers. Trygg Hansa is removed because neither candidate URL could be reached at all, and an unverifiable link is exactly the promise this file kept warning about. scripts/check-portal-urls.mts sweeps them, so the next wrong URL is found by a script rather than by somebody who trusted the link. A 404 fails it; a host that refuses automation reports as unreachable and does not, because failing on those would train people to ignore the output. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): the drop zone now actually attaches the file to the purchase It did not. The generic upload sends only the file, so a document dropped while a purchase was selected landed in the inbox unmatched, while the pane showed that purchase's amount and date directly under the drop zone. The copy promised a link the code never made, and the user was left to match by hand what they had already told us. Uploading from a selected purchase now matches the new item to that transaction through the endpoint that already exists, and a file dropped anywhere on the page while a purchase is selected counts as that purchase's receipt rather than a loose upload. When the match fails the document is still safely filed, so it says so plainly instead of claiming a link that is not there. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): book the underlag against its transaction, and stop claiming links Two blockers found by review, both on the path that writes to the ledger. "Granska och bokför" never sent transaction_id. JournalEntryForm serialises a fixed set of keys and that is not one of them, and BookInboxItemDirectlySchema is a non-strict z.object, so the source_id carrying it was silently stripped. The verifikat posted standalone, the bank transaction stayed unbooked, and matched_transaction_id was overwritten with null: the match somebody had already made, undone, while the rail said Bokförd over all of it. Fixed in three places because one was not enough. JournalEntryForm takes an extraBody passthrough, the dialog sends transaction_id through it, and the route now falls back to the item's existing match rather than null, so a caller that merely forgets the field cannot undo work. Removing that fallback fails the new test. The hunt banner said "kopplades till ett köp" about pending_operations rows. The hunt stages proposals for approval and books nothing, so the number was real and the word was wrong: a user would read it, believe three purchases were done, and leave. It now says how many förslag await granskning, and links there. Booking also left the rail in its pre-booking state, still offering to post, so the same underlag could be submitted twice. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): no marker on a healthy state, no false empty state, no dropped files Three from review. The sources chip painted a sage dot whenever every mailbox was fine. Convention 12 rules semantic colour out of chrome, and convention 5 rules out a marker on a normal state: a chip every company sees always is a chip that says nothing. What is left is the exception, which is worth an ochre word and an icon. The pre-existing sage on matched rows is untouched; it is not this branch's to change. The empty state asserted "Varje köp har sitt underlag" while the trigger directly above it still showed the unsearched count. Type a term under Att göra, switch to Saknar underlag, and the page told you every purchase was covered while the button beside it read 50. It now says what is true: no matches for that term. A drop of several files onto a selected purchase kept the first and discarded the rest in silence, so a receipt scanned as two images left the purchase looking resolved with half its paperwork gone. They cannot all be one purchase's underlag, so the extras are filed in the inbox and the toast says how many. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): the hunt banner now says a press is not the last word A press fetches a bounded number of receipts, so an empty result usually means not yet rather than nothing there. The banner said 'Inget matchade något köp' and stopped, which reads as final and sends people away from a mailbox that still holds their receipts. It now says how many purchases are left to search for, and to press again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): a count not a score, an honest failure, full-opacity borders '5 av 12' read as a bad extraction even when a kvitto had given up everything a kvitto has: half those twelve fields only exist on an invoice, so the denominator was measuring the document kind rather than the reading of it. It now says how many fields are filled, and says nothing when none are. The failure banner told people their mailbox had not answered even when the failure was ours, sending them to check a healthy Gmail. It now reads searchFailures and only blames the mailbox when a mailbox actually refused. Opacity-suffixed borders on the sources panel, which design.md forbids on surfaces: the border token is calibrated for full opacity. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(inbox): translate the new strings, and name the mailbox that fetched a receipt Both of these were deferred with reasons, and one of the reasons was wrong. 57 keys in inbox_workspace, in both locales, covering every string this branch added. The component already had 27 t() calls, so hardcoding beside them was an inconsistency rather than a convention. The message-keys guard caught an invented journal_form.no_document on the way, which is what it is for. The provider mark claimed nothing recorded which mailbox fetched a document. It does: lib/receipt-hunt/ingest.ts writes mail_provider and mail_mailbox into channel_context on every ingest, and GET /items already selects that column. A hunted receipt now carries the mark of the mailbox it came from; forwarded mail has no connection behind it and keeps the envelope, which is the honest distinction rather than a guess. InboxChannelContext was WhatsApp-shaped and is now a union over the two intakes that write it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent-context): keep the clarification channel narrow Widening InboxChannelContext.channel to cover the mail hunt broke this: only WhatsApp asks a human anything, so only WhatsApp produces clarifications. The mail hunt writes the same column with its own shape and never carries answers, so the provenance field stays 'whatsapp' rather than following the union. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): book the transaction we preserved, and date the verifikat by the event Three from PR review, two of them real. Preserving matched_transaction_id without booking it was the worse half of the bug it fixed. The transaction update was still guarded on the caller having sent transaction_id, so an omitted field left the item looking resolved while its bank line stayed open forever. Both the update and the item now use the same resolved id: the one the caller named, or the one the item was already matched to. Reverting the guard fails a test. The verifikat date fell back to today when there was no proposal, which is exactly the unknown-supplier case the dialog exists for. BFL 5 kap 6-7 § asks for datum för affärshändelsen; the day somebody opened a dialog is nobody's business event. It now falls back to the document's own date first, and only then to today. An en dash had crept in as a placeholder glyph, which the repo bans. fix(invoices): ROT/RUT credit notes; verifikat amount sort, HTML underlag, source chip (#1523)
* feat(invoice-inbox): store HTML mails as underlag, expandable field editor Body-only mails and .html attachments (including forwarded .eml bodies) no longer dead-end as "Fel vid bearbetning": the mail body is wrapped into a self-contained text/html document, stored through the normal upload/extract pipeline, and extracted via a new HTML-to-text Bedrock path, so the mail itself can serve as bookable underlag. Empty mails keep the error row, unsupported types are still rejected, and webhook retries dedupe on resend_email_id. Mail HTML is attacker-controlled, so rendering is fully sandboxed: iframe sandbox in the workspace preview and a CSP sandbox header on /api/documents/:id/inline for text/html. The type is accepted only from the email pipeline (EMAIL_ALLOWED_MIME_TYPES), never from manual upload. The "Extraherade falt" rail gains an expand button opening a centered dialog with the same autosaving field editor at a readable size (two columns), which also gives every failed or skipped extraction a manual fallback. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): sortable verifikat list headers with amount sort - clickable sort toggles on the verifikat list headers (asc -> desc -> default) - total_amount computed column + sort_by total/description on the list route - failed list loads render an error card with retry, never the empty-ledger state Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): decode bank CSV as Windows-1252 fallback in column mapping The client read the uploaded file with file.text(), which is UTF-8-only, so Windows-1252 exports (e.g. Handelsbanken) rendered and re-parsed with U+FFFD in place of Swedish characters. Decode from bytes with the shared decodeFileContent() helper, matching what the server parse route does. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): stackable sort keys on verifikat list headers - shift-click adds a column as secondary/tertiary sort key (max 3), plain click keeps the single-key tri-state cycle - sort_by accepts a comma-separated priority list; single tokens stay valid - voucher tiebreak follows the last key's direction (#972 parity) - priority numbers on stacked headers; hint text in the filter dialog Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): keep ROT/RUT deduction fields positive on credit notes Crediting an invoice with a ROT/RUT deduction failed 100% of the time: the credit-note path negated deduction_total (and per-item deduction_amount) like the other amounts, but both columns carry CHECK (>= 0), so Postgres rejected the insert and the user only saw 'Kunde inte skapa kreditfaktura'. Store the deduction fields as positive magnitudes, matching the convention everywhere else. The stored sign is inert on credit notes: the reversing verifikat recomputes the ROT/RUT split from the items, and the PDF and amount-to-pay logic skip deductions on credit notes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(transactions): share the source chip across inbox and history modes Move SourceFilter to transaction-types.ts (widened with 'bank:other' and 'acct:<id>'), render the one toolbar ContextPicker in both view modes, and drop the narrower duplicate chip inside TransactionHistoryList. The history list now applies the acct:/bank:other narrowing itself and hides skattekonto rows under any bank-side selection. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(deps): bump js-yaml to 4.3.1 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(schema): recognize PostgREST computed columns in the migration parser The verifikat amount sort orders by total_amount, a PostgREST computed column (a function on the journal_entries row type, migration 20260811100000). The schema guard only modeled real columns, so no-phantom-columns flagged the order as a phantom. Teach the parser that a function whose only argument is a table's row type joins that table's column set, with DROP FUNCTION retraction when the signature names the row type. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: resolve PR #1523 review findings - journal-entries route: append the globally unique id tiebreak to every direct-query sort; voucher series+number repeat across fiscal years, so the all-years scope could duplicate or drop rows at page boundaries. Existing order assertions updated, new all-years tiebreak test. - documents inline route: CSP source policy on HTML previews; sandbox alone still loads remote resources, letting a tracking pixel notify the sender on open. New route test asserts the full header. - JournalEntryList: catch rejected list requests so loading cannot stick forever, and gate every post-await state write behind a request generation so a slow earlier request cannot overwrite the current sort. - TransactionHistoryList: pagination follows the selected source scope (reachable with zero matches on the current page, hidden for the skattekonto scope it cannot affect). - transactions page: bank:other picker availability derives from history rows too, not only the pending inbox dataset. - DECISIONS.md: mark the superseded single-sort decision; record the credit-note deduction positive-magnitude invariant and its verified reader inventory (Swedish review flag). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: guard metadata refetches behind the list request generation fetchAttachmentCounts and fetchRattelseFlags write state after their own awaits; a stale list request's late completion could overwrite attachment counts and rattelse flags for rows a newer request just rendered, showing false missing-underlag warnings. Both helpers now take the caller's generation guard and discard stale completions, including the attachment-counts loaded flag. feat(inbox): the purchases that are still missing their receipt (#1517)
The page lists documents, so a purchase with no document at all could not appear on it. That is precisely the gap the receipt hunt exists to close, and the half a user can do something about: fetch the invoice from the supplier's portal, or ask whoever made the purchase. GET /purchases supplies it, read-only, with the portal link attached when the directory knows where that supplier keeps its invoices. Salary and tax get no link: they have no invoice to fetch, and a link there implies somewhere to go. The predicate moves into lib/transactions/purchases-without-underlag.ts, and it is not the hunt's filter copied across. `journal_entry_id IS NULL` is not the same as "not booked": bulk-booking many transactions onto one verifikat records it in transaction_voucher_links, and a payment split across invoices records it in the payment tables, and both leave that column null. The hunt tolerates the false candidate because the worst case is a proposal nobody accepts. A list shown to a person does not: those rows would sit under "saknar underlag" forever, already booked, with nothing the user could do to clear them. So the column filter stays as the cheap indexed first pass and isTransactionBooked settles it afterwards. That predicate is canonical and nothing here re-implements it. The hunt is deliberately not rewired in this change: its query is identical apart from that check, but moving a nightly cron onto new code belongs in its own PR. The thresholds are kept equal to the hunt's so the two cannot drift meanwhile. Removing the booked filter fails five of the seven predicate tests. feat(inbox): say what an underlag would be booked as (#1514)
Nothing proposed a kontering for a document. The receipt hunt attaches paper and stops; "klart att bokföra" existed only as an idea. The right pane had extracted fields and no answer to the question the user is actually there to settle. POST /items/:id/suggest-booking answers it, read-only. The lines come from buildTransactionEntryLines, the same function the commit path and the pending-operations preview use, so what is shown cannot drift from what gets posted. That is the whole reason to compose the existing chain rather than write a second one. Derived on demand rather than stored on the row. A stored proposal goes stale against a corrected amount, a re-matched transaction or a template the company taught itself yesterday. The hunt deliberately does not compute it either: the nightly run is already at its time ceiling and a proposal nobody opens is wasted work. Five honest outcomes instead of one optimistic guess: - already_booked, checked against the transaction and not only the inbox row. Booking from Transaktioner, bulk-book or MCP stamps the transaction and leaves the inbox row untouched, so trusting the row alone proposed a second verifikat for money that already had one. - no_transaction, because without one there is no trusted amount, no settlement account and no learned counterparty. - no_mapping, which now includes the engine's own 6991 placeholder at confidence 0.1. Rendering that dressed "no idea" up as an answer one click from the ledger. - currency_unsupported on a foreign row matched by a mapping rule. mapping-engine's rule branch computes VAT from the transaction's own currency while every other line is SEK, so 100 EUR at 11.5 shows 20 kr of moms instead of 230. The entry balances, so nothing downstream catches it. The counterparty and static-template paths convert properly and are not withheld. - a proposal, with the provenance named correctly: template_id marks a static library template, and a learned konteringskarta match sets neither field. Read the other way round, the company's most trusted suggestion was labelled 'default', the same word the placeholder gets. The entity type is now resolved and passed. Left undefined it silently proposed enskild-firma accounts to aktiebolag. The settlement account is no longer applied twice, since evaluateMappingRules applies it on every return path and a second pass rewrote a legitimate 1930 leg. Both queries report a database failure as a failure instead of as "Posten hittades inte". Twenty-one tests, mostly about what the route must not do. Every guard was removed in turn to confirm a test fails without it. fix(inbox): stop an inline field edit from wiping the AI classification (#1512)
PATCH /items/:id/fields rebuilt extracted_data from a hand-written list of six keys. Everything outside that list was destroyed the first time somebody corrected a single field by hand: documentKind, merchantCategory, legibility, purchaseTime, payment and suggestedTemplateId. Nothing surfaced the loss. The row kept working, the edit landed, and the classification simply stopped being there. It is not recoverable afterwards without re-running extraction, so rows edited before this fix have already lost it. The comment above the merge names the three fields it does preserve, which reads as though the list were exhaustive. It never was: those six arrived on InvoiceExtractionResult later and nobody came back here. Spreading `current` first fixes the six and, more usefully, means the next field added survives by default rather than waiting to be noticed missing. The tests pin the merge rather than the six names. One walks every key that was on the row and asserts it is still there, so a field added tomorrow is covered without anyone editing the test. Removing the spread fails two of them with "`documentKind` was dropped by the merge". feat(invoice-inbox): surface WhatsApp chat context in booking flows (#1339)
* feat(invoice-inbox): surface WhatsApp chat context in booking flows
The WhatsApp intake bot writes verified human answers (photo caption,
representation deltagare + syfte, sender note, open-question state) to
invoice_inbox_items.channel_context. This makes the in-app booking flows
READ it:
- New core renderer lib/documents/channel-context-notes.ts: deterministic
compact Swedish line ("Representation: Anna Berg (Volvo), Jakob W ·
Syfte: uppföljning av avtal"), capped at 220 chars by dropping whole
participant names ("… och N till"), never mid-name. Representation
first, then user_note; caption only when nothing else exists.
- FieldsRail "Från WhatsApp" block in InvoiceInboxWorkspace: caption,
deltagare, syfte, anteckning rows plus an ochre AttnLine when a chat
question expired unanswered (pending_question.status = moved_to_app).
- Notes threading: book-direct and convert default their notes to the
rendered string server-side when the request carries none (a supplied
value always wins); BookDirectlyDialog prefills its notes input with
the same string so the user can edit it before it lands. Bulk-book
(categorize-core) joins the shared batch note with the per-item
rendered context so the representation trail survives batch booking.
- Inbox list: whatsapp rows get a chat icon and a quiet "Fråga obesvarad"
badge for moved_to_app items. No worklist count change: unresolved
whatsapp items are already counted by countInboxDocuments.
- sv/en strings for every new key; renderer + route + bulk tests.

* fix(invoice-inbox): honor cleared notes and keep unreviewed captions out of verifikat
Two adversarial-review findings on the WhatsApp surfacing flows, both about
text that lands on an immutable verifikat.
1. A cleared note was silently re-applied. BookDirectlyDialog prefills the
rendered chat context, and the dialog sent `notes.trim() || undefined`
while book-direct and convert defaulted from channel_context on any falsy
value. A user who read the prefill, disagreed and deleted it therefore got
it written back onto a posted entry, removable only through a formal
rättelse. Both code comments claimed "an edited value always wins", which
was false for exactly that edit. Now PRESENCE of the field decides: the
dialog always submits `notes` (empty string included) and the routes only
default when the field is absent from the request (MCP, older clients).
The Zod `.optional()` carrying that distinction is documented at the
schema so it is not "tidied" into a `.default('')` later.
2. The photo caption was auto-burned into verifikat text with no review.
renderChannelContextNotes fell back to the raw caption, and bulk-book
appended the result per item with no per-item notes field at all (the MCP
approval preview deliberately shows no per-item PII either), so unreviewed
chat text reached a WORM record nobody had seen. The renderer now takes
{ includeCaption } and leaves the caption out by DEFAULT: representation
answers and user_note are replies to a question the bot asked, the caption
is not. Only the Bokför direkt prefill opts in, where the user reads the
string in an editable field before booking.
Tests: cleared-notes and whitespace-cleared on book-direct, cleared-notes on
convert, caption-never-defaulted on both routes, caption-not-threaded in
bulk-book, and the renderer's opt-in. The book-direct cleared-notes tests
were mutation-checked (restoring the truthiness fallback fails them).

* fix(reports): export the chat answers behind a verifikat in the full archive
The verifikat line caps the representation trail at 220 chars and drops whole
participant names ("… och N till"); the complete list (deltagare, syfte,
raw_answer) exists only in invoice_inbox_items.channel_context. That table was
in ARCHIVE_EXCLUDED_TABLES with a rationale predating channel_context ("inbox
workflow state"), so a company leaving Accounted and keeping the full-archive
export as its BFL 7-year record kept an incomplete deltagare documentation for
its representation deductions.
Dumped as a column PROJECTION, not the whole row: the new
MasterDataTableSpec.columns narrows the select to the underlag provenance
(document, matched transaction, created verifikat / leverantörsfaktura) plus
channel_context, so the answers are tied to what was booked from them while
the inbox workflow state (email bodies, OCR output, error messages) stays out
of the archive. The documents themselves remain in dokument/.

feat(whatsapp-inbox): intake extension with webhook, phone linking and receipt ack (#1338)
Webhook lifecycle: GET hub.challenge handshake (constant-time verify-token compare); POST verifies X-Hub-Signature-256 over the RAW body before any parse, Zod-parses the envelope, persists inbound rows (partial-unique wamid = dedupe against Meta's up-to-7-day redelivery), acks 200 fast and defers media processing via the after() idiom. Rejected and rate-limited content always acks 200 and lands as skipped/error rows, never a retryable status. Linking: the settings panel (Installningar -> WhatsApp) mints AC- one-time codes (sha256 stored, 10 min TTL, single use, ambiguity-free alphabet); the webhook consumes the code, binds phone to user (HMAC-peppered hash + AES-256- GCM at rest) and confirms with M3. Keyword commands stopp/start/hjalp; unknown senders get one throttled M1 greeting (1/h, 3/day) behind the sender-quota RPC, with no media download and no content persistence. Intake worker: atomic claim on the message row (the durable job record), company resolution (default -> sole membership -> M6 fallback, no item), per-company inbox quota (ack-and-drop, M17 once per 10 min per sender), MIME allowlist, 10 MB stream-checked media download, exact sha256 duplicate check, then the shared uploadAndExtract funnel (source 'whatsapp', channel_context caption, whatsapp_message_id) and the M4 ack with extracted merchant/total/date. Failures wrap to 'error' + error_message + one M18. uploadAndExtract widened: source 'whatsapp', optional channelMeta + actorId; email/upload paths behaviorally unchanged. Deferred to PR4: burst debounce + combined ack (M5), in-chat company choice (M6 buttons + 8h pin), clarifying questions M7-M10, interpret-answer LLM call, sweep cron, retention cron. refactor(invoice-inbox): export uploadAndExtract from lib (#1336)
Pure move of uploadAndExtract and its private helpers (sanitisers, page-count/slice, sandbox check, MIME/size consts) from index.ts into lib/upload-and-extract.ts so a future channel extension can import the shared funnel the way document-extraction already imports extract-invoice-fields. feat(invoice-inbox): receipt-aware extraction + OCR pipeline fixes (#1331)
Receipts and invoices were extracted through one invoice-shaped prompt with no document classification. The extractor now also returns documentKind, payment method (+ card last4), purchaseTime, merchantCategory and legibility, validated with .catch(null) so a hallucinated label degrades to unknown instead of sinking the parse. The FieldsRail shows type and payment method above the editable fields. Pipeline fixes, all verified against real failure paths: - PDFs >3 pages: extract from a pdf-lib slice of the first 3 pages instead of skipping entirely (issue #553 gate); truncation recorded in extracted_data.pages and shown in the UI. - Oversized images (>4 MB, over Bedrock's 5 MB cap): downscale to <=2000px JPEG via sharp before base64, instead of erroring to an empty result. - HEIC/HEIF: attempt sharp transcode to JPEG; when libvips lacks HEIF (prebuilt binaries), fall through to today's behavior but show an explicit hint instead of silently blank fields. - Oresavrundning: prompt rule + totals.roundingAmount so receipt totals reconcile with subtotal+VAT for exact-amount transaction matching. - retry-extraction overwrites extracted_data wholesale: a confirm now guards against silently destroying manual field edits. Deliberately NOT added: retry-on-transient-Bedrock-error; the SDK already retries twice by default (maxRetries=2). fix(import): refuse a Bokio connection that opens a different company (#1315)
A Bokio integration token is scoped to one Bokio company and the company id is typed in by hand, so credentials for the user's other company imported that company's customers, suppliers and invoices with no error at all. Probe /companies/{id} before storing, mirroring the Bjorn Lunden /details probe, and refuse on a confident org-number mismatch.
Also surface the inbox mail body when nothing was attached: it was captured in email_body_text and never read back, which made Gmail's forwarding-confirmation mail unreadable and the forward impossible to complete.

feat(agent): move every model call to Sonnet 5 (#1218)
* feat(agent): move every model call to Sonnet 5
Sonnet 5 is verified enabled on our Bedrock account already: a live probe of
eu.anthropic.claude-sonnet-5 in eu-north-1 answered normally, so no model-access
request was needed. The bare anthropic.claude-sonnet-5 is rejected (on-demand
throughput needs the cross-region inference profile), so the eu. prefix we
already use stays.
This is not a model-string swap. Sonnet 5 REJECTS the fixed thinking budget
outright: thinking {type:'enabled', budget_tokens} returns 400 "not supported
for this model. Use thinking.type.adaptive and output_config.effort". Every
chat intent set a budget, so the assistant would have failed on the first turn
after a bare ID change. Reasoning depth is now an effort level (STANDARD high,
DEEP xhigh), and max_tokens is explicit per tier rather than derived from a
budget that no longer exists.
display:'summarized' is load-bearing, not cosmetic. The default is 'omitted',
which still emits thinking blocks but with empty text. Measured on our own
account at xhigh effort: summarized returned ~1k characters of reasoning, the
default returned none. Without it the collapsible "Tänker ..." block in the
chat would have gone silently empty, which no mocked test would have caught.
Ceilings are raised (16k standard, 24k deep) because Sonnet 5's tokenizer
produces roughly 30% more tokens for the same text and max_tokens now caps
thinking and the visible reply together.
Also resolves the Opus 4.7 landmine recorded in the readiness doc: the composer
comment told ops to flip BEDROCK_OPUS_MODEL_ID to Opus 4.7, which would have
400d every thinking intent against the legacy budget shape. Both model
constants now point at Sonnet 5 and the stale instruction is gone.
Checked but deliberately unchanged: forced tool_choice in atom-selection. The
Sonnet 5 docs require thinking:{type:'disabled'} alongside a forced tool_choice
on Bedrock; probed against our account, the forced call succeeds without it, so
no change was made rather than adding a guard we cannot show is needed.
Other call sites moved too: invoice-inbox extraction, document extraction, the
compliance config, and the CI/CD workflows (pr-agent MODEL and MODEL_WEAK,
swedish-compliance-review, compliance-swarm).
Verified: 11315 tests pass, lint and tsc clean on every touched file, guards
pass.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(agent): review triage: keep the no-thinking output ceiling, finish the model sweep
max_tokens now caps thinking and the visible reply together, so collapsing the
two tiers into one made every non-thinking intent inherit a 16000 ceiling where
it used to have 4096. Give it its own MAX_TOKENS_NO_THINKING instead, set to the
old 4096 scaled ~30% for Sonnet 5's tokenizer so the effective reply length is
unchanged rather than quietly cut.
scripts/swedish-compliance-review.mjs still fell back to Sonnet 4.6 when
REVIEW_MODEL was unset, so a manual run silently used the old model. The initial
sweep only covered .ts and .yml.
pr-agent's FALLBACK_MODELS listed the primary model as its own fallback, which is
not a fallback; dropped it and rewrote the surrounding comments, which still
described Opus 4.8 and a 200k window.

fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise, while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production. Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that are not repeated. userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger. State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row, consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing. provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client. provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up. Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before the scoped check ran. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A) The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in 20260416120000; this bucket was left behind. Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining legacy prefix objects. The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail the whole query instead of filtering the row out. deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to erase. The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and SHA-256 identical before repointing the row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user had been removed from the company kept reading. Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error strings with the canonical envelope. Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every other v1 read endpoint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and had become the top application consumer of production database time: measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at 7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on the booking path. PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side instead turns that into two indexed round trips. Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling. Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead, since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows. commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column, which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped on the newest rows indefinitely. The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap; the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly. ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change sort semantics on the route that currently works. Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had them. The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters, because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a write that never happened. dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write, and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to 5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0. Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the full tree. The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the lockfile, never workflow files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily. Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which settles the intent. documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession: the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention. webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line place to change that. A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list, and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they are named rather than silently rotting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email. This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined by next.config.ts. Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry personnummer and financial data. verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible. The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not forwarded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md. Structural roots closed: - resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking 1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING - ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document, not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed - sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed - tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all four baselines now empty - three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import, ungated-extension-route Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap), RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/ Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites with isSwedishUserMessage extended. Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice, recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep work and are verified green together. 13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge. 20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres). Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0 errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and ~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass: - replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid() (impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo - bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns - credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no cross-tenant figures in exception text - link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end - personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE - same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse - receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts - period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap - documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping - invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression), duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran - match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat) - refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window) - KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint - personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools - worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths - MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk - observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True, cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings call removed) Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests * fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215 pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() = 'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text, reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved. Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column, and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no longer renders as already filed. Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern (all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215 - restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch - replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap warning texts and update the pinned test expectations - drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment - strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation. fix(documents): read attachments with service client so colleague uploads open (#1207)
The documents bucket SELECT policy only covers the uploader's own folder
(documents/{uid}/...), but document_attachments rows are company-scoped.
Every surface that touched storage with the user-bound client therefore
failed for attachments uploaded by another member of the same company
(colleague uploads, email-inbox ingest attributed to the company creator):
- GET /api/documents/:id 500ed with "Failed to create download URL", so
viewing a bilaga on a verifikat or supplier invoice was broken for
every member except the uploader (support case: Odin Aero, where all
40 documents live in the owner's folder and the second member could
open none of them).
- GET /api/documents/:id/integrity 500ed the same way.
- POST /api/documents/:id/verify failed the storage download.
- invoice-inbox retry-extraction could not download the attachment.
- cloud-backup user-triggered syncs silently dropped colleague-uploaded
documents from the Drive archive (manifest rows flipped to 'error').
Fix: authorize on the user client (RLS + explicit company filter, plus
the membership check where present), then do the storage read with the
service-role client. This is the pattern the inline proxy route and the
v1 download route already use; these five call sites were left behind.

fix(entitlements): gate the AI-only invoice-inbox for non-payers (#924)
The Dokumentinkorg (invoice-inbox) leaked past the paywall: visible in the sidebar, command palette, and home "Att gora" list, its page directly reachable, and every non-AI HTTP route open. Its whole value is AI field extraction (Claude Sonnet 4.6 via Bedrock), already the paid chokepoint elsewhere, so gate the whole surface on CAPABILITY.ai. - EXTENSION_REQUIRED_CAPABILITY map + resolvers (keys.ts, sectors.ts) as the single source the nav item, the page, and the API dispatcher all read. - Hide the sidebar item, command-palette entry, and home inbox row for non-payers; subtract inbox_document from the "Att gora" total via one shared visibleWorklistTotal helper (KPI tile + header cannot drift), clamped to >= 0. - Block the /e/[sector]/[slug] page (fail-closed) with an upsell EmptyState. - Enforce the capability in the extension API dispatcher (the single chokepoint that already enforces MFA), so every company-context inbox route 403s. The skipAuth /inbound webhook stays open (freeze-and-retain). - FORCE_PAYWALL=true override so the real gate is exercisable in local dev. - Tests: gating resolver, FORCE_PAYWALL, dispatcher 403/allow/webhook-exempt, visibleWorklistTotal, and enable-banking /connect + /sync 403. style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat: custom inbound mail domains, rot/rut payout file, invoice email texts, security hardening (#878)
* fix(security): guard MCP test keys, RLS role gate + voucher RPC guards, /api MFA gate, deps - MCP: force dry-run / block writes for test-mode API keys in tools/call (extensions/general/mcp-server) - DB: current_user_can_write role gate on write policies (40 tables) + tenant guards, SET search_path, REVOKE anon on commit_journal_entry / next_voucher_number / detect_voucher_gaps (migration 20260702093000) - Middleware: MFA (AAL2) gate on cookie-authenticated /api routes via apiPathSkipsMfaGate - Deps: npm audit fix clears mailparser/linkify-it/nodemailer/svix/uuid highs; xlsx -> SheetJS 0.20.3 Adds unit + pg-real tests. Does not touch in-progress ROT/RUT or invoice-email-texts work. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): rot/rut begäran om utbetalning — HUS XML (V6), payout tracking + settlement, MCP tool Generates Skatteverkets begäran-om-utbetalning file (schema V6) from paid ROT/RUT invoices — no submission API exists, the file is uploaded manually at skatteverket.se. Headless by design for now: API routes + MCP tool (gnubok_generate_rot_rut_file), no UI surfaces. - lib/invoices/rot-rut-file.ts: pure XML generator with deterministic per-invoice blockers (hours, work type, personnummer, property info, mixed rot+rut, XSD limits) + 31 January deadline warnings - rot_rut_payout_requests(+items) tables: one active begäran per invoice (DB triggers incl. reactivation guard), RLS, audit, pg-real tests - Settlement: POST /settle books debit 1930 / credit 1513 via the engine (source_type rot_rut_payout); partial payouts → partially_paid - Work-type lists corrected against Begaran.xsd: IT-tjänster is rut-only, snöskottning/tillsyn/tvätt added (schablontjänster utfört-only) - Fix: invoice-level fastighetsbeteckning was validated but never persisted — now stamped onto rot lines in build-invoice-write; API accepts bostadsrätt pair (lägenhetsnr + BRF orgnr, editor UI deferred) - invoice_items.brf_org_number migration + MCP scope invoices:write Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): per-company editable invoice email texts Add an "E-posttexter" section under Settings -> Fakturering where the subject, greeting, body and sign-off of the standard invoice email can be customized per company in Swedish and English. Fields pre-fill with the standard texts and only diffs from the standard are stored (company_settings.invoice_email_texts JSONB), so future improvements to the stock wording still reach companies that have not customized. Each field has a reset-to-standard button; cleared fields snap back. Texts support a fixed placeholder set (invoice number, customer name, first name, company, due date, amount) substituted at send time in a single pass; unknown placeholders stay literal. Custom texts are HTML-escaped after substitution, newlines become <br> in the HTML variant, and subject lines are flattened to a single header line. Overrides apply to standard invoices only - credit notes, proforma and delivery notes keep the stock texts. All send paths (UI, v1 API, MCP approval, recurring) pick the texts up via the existing settings row. The Zod schema half of this change (InvoiceEmailTextsSchema in lib/api/schemas.ts) was inadvertently included in 8291f745. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): accept PDFs with preamble before %PDF- header, surface content rejections as 400 detectFileMagic required the %PDF- signature at byte 0 (BOM aside), rejecting genuine PDFs that carry a leading newline or junk bytes — files every ISO 32000 reader opens fine. Now scan the first 1024 bytes for the signature, matching real-reader behavior. Image types stay strict at offset 0 to keep the anti-placeholder defense tight. Magic-byte rejections were also mislabeled as DOC_UPLOAD_STORAGE_FAILED (500 'Filen kunde inte sparas'), blaming storage for a client-side file problem. Both upload routes now map them to a new DOC_UPLOAD_INVALID_CONTENT (400) with an accurate message. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): full keyboard flow for manual journal entry Enter now drives the whole verifikat flow: verifikationstext drops into the first row missing an account, konto commits advance to debet, Enter on an empty debet hops to kredit, and an entered amount jumps to the next row. Once the voucher balances, Enter opens the review (unchanged gate) and the auto-focused confirm posts it — including through the no-underlag warning dialog. Escape in the inline review goes back to the form. Also fixes an Enter footgun in AccountCombobox: a bare Enter on a freshly focused field no longer selects the first account in the list — selection now requires typing or arrow navigation; otherwise Enter re-commits the current value or bubbles to the form-level handler. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add custom inbound domains management for companies - Implemented functionality to allow companies to claim and manage their own inbound email domains via Resend's API. - Created a new table `company_inbound_domains` to store domain information, including status and DNS records. - Added necessary RLS policies to restrict access based on user roles (owner/admin). - Developed functions for domain normalization, validation, claiming, verification, and removal. - Implemented webhook handling for domain status updates from Resend. - Added comprehensive tests for RLS, constraints, and triggers related to the new domain management feature. * fix: address PR #878 review findings and CI failures - migrations: drop the ai_usage_tracking policy block from the role-gate migration — the table was removed by 20260504120000_remove_ai_subsystem and only lingers on staging as drift; a from-scratch chain (pg-real, Supabase preview) failed on it - invoice-inbox: never flip a custom domain to verified off a domain.updated webhook alone — confirm the receiving capability with Resend first (fail-closed); normalize both sides of the orphan-adoption domain match - rot/rut: block files where begärt belopp exceeds what the buyer paid (DEDUCTION_EXCEEDS_PAYMENT); tighten brf_org_number validation to real orgnr shapes; parameterize the settlement bank account (19xx, default 1930) - rot/rut routes: log acting user on financial mutations, stop swallowing item mirror errors, narrow response projections (no customer ids through the invoice join); document the deliberate inline-XML decision - documents: stop echoing raw storage-layer error messages to clients Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: round-2 CI + compliance findings on PR #878 - migrations: the role-gate migration targeted automation_webhooks, which 20260515170000_webhooks_v2 renamed to webhooks on the canonical chain (staging kept the old name — drift); gate public.webhooks instead, dropping legacy schema-sync policy names defensively. Restore the 20260623130000 owner fallback in next_voucher_number that the stale copied-verbatim body silently reverted (caught by engine.pg locally). Full migration chain verified from scratch against supabase/postgres:15. - mcp: bump the tools/list payload ceiling 44K -> 45K — main's #877 qualified-identifier schemas plus this branch's rot/rut tool crossed the ceiling only in combination; documented in the test's history log. - rot/rut: refuse partial settlement before Skatteverkets beslut is recorded (would bypass the PATCH lifecycle and strand the request); block zero-kronor ärenden (ZERO_DEDUCTION); require sekelsiffra 16 on 12-digit brf orgnr in both schema validation and normalizeBrfOrgNr Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: rename branch migrations off main's colliding versions After the merge with main, two versions were shared by two files each (20260702100000: rot_rut_payout_requests vs company_settings_dimensions_ enabled; 20260702130000: invoice_email_texts vs pending_operations_add_ create_dimension_value). psql-based CI applies by filename and doesn't care, but Supabase branching records migrations by version (PK) — the second file with the same version breaks the preview with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate. Neither branch migration is version- recorded on staging or prod, so renaming to fresh 20260703 versions is safe; nothing between the old and new positions depends on these objects. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope the /api MFA-gate bypass to real Bearer-auth surfaces Any Authorization header — attacker-controlled — used to skip the AAL2 gate for every /api route, so a stolen-password AAL1 cookie session could reach cookie-authenticated routes (which ignore the header) by attaching `Authorization: x`. The skip is now scoped to the surfaces whose auth contract IS the header (/api/v1 API keys, the MCP endpoint's OAuth tokens); pure Bearer callers elsewhere (cron secret, signed webhooks) carry no cookie session and were never touched by the gate, which only fires for cookie users. Superagent P2 on PR #878. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test: normalize path separators in dimension statutory guard scan The route scan compared walked file paths against a POSIX-path allowlist, so the suite failed on Windows (backslash separators) while passing on Linux CI. Normalize the scanned paths to forward slashes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(entitlements): gate paid AI document OCR server-side (free-tier leak) (#852)
* fix(entitlements): gate paid AI document OCR server-side (free-tier leak) Free/manual-tier companies could trigger paid Bedrock OCR (extractInvoiceFields) with no `ai` capability check, on every transport: - invoice-inbox HTTP paths — /upload + email /inbound (shared uploadAndExtract), /items/:id/attach-document, /items/:id/retry-extraction (4 call sites, zero capability refs); - the gnubok_upload_document MCP tool — absent from MCP_TOOL_CAPABILITY_MAP, so a free-tier API key (incl. the claude.ai connector's minted gnubok_sk_ key) got unlimited AI extraction. This disproved the keys.ts "no MCP tool invokes AI" comment. Fix (money-blocker for the free/paid tier cutover): - Gate the 3 inbox call sites on hasCapability(CAPABILITY.ai). Upload + attach degrade gracefully (document still stored; extraction skipped with reason `no_ai_entitlement`, highest priority in the existing skipReason chain). Retry is an explicit "run AI now" action, so it hard-blocks with 403 capabilityBlockedResponse. - Register gnubok_upload_document -> CAPABILITY.ai in MCP_TOOL_CAPABILITY_MAP; the dispatcher already enforces the map. Correct the stale keys.ts comment and the misleading "deterministic field extraction" tool description + manifest copy (the extension migrated regex -> AI OCR). Tests: no-AI upload/attach skip + retry 403 (sandbox-skip-extraction), retry 403 (retry-extraction), and the MCP map contract + refined dispatch<->commit parity (capability-maps: upload_document is dispatch-only, no commit counterpart). Self-hosted stays all-on (hasCapability short-circuits). No migration. Follow-up (not in scope): capability-blind DashboardNav (free/paid rails identical) and /chat gated on isVerified not `ai` — see dev_docs/nav_ia_redesign.md Part 4. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(mcp): assert gnubok_upload_document is ai-gated at dispatch The gnubok_upload_document handler runs extractInvoiceFields (Bedrock OCR) inline rather than through the entitlement-gated uploadAndExtract, so the central MCP_TOOL_CAPABILITY_MAP dispatch check is the only paywall on that transport. Lock it with a test (flagged by PR review as an untested money path) so a free-tier connector key can never reach paid OCR. Bug/open banking flow (#854)
* fix(enable-banking): pin Mobile BankID (decoupled) auth_method so Handelsbanken corporate connects We never sent auth_method to Enable Banking, so it fell back to the ASPSP's visible default — REDIRECT for Handelsbanken. For Handelsbanken *corporate* PSUs the redirect flow does not support Mobile BankID, so authorization failed right after the user approved in the BankID app. Mobile BankID at Handelsbanken is a DECOUPLED method flagged hidden_method=true, which Enable Banking only uses when requested explicitly. Resolve the bank's preferred auth method before /auth: query the ASPSP's auth_methods and pick the DECOUPLED (Mobile BankID) method when present, otherwise leave auth_method unset so banks that already work are untouched. The method name is read dynamically per psu_type, so it is robust across sandbox/production naming. - api-client: add approach/hidden_method to AuthMethod, fix ASPSP.auth_methods field name (was available_auth_methods, never populated), add getPreferredAuthMethod(), thread optional authMethod through startAuthorization - index: resolve authMethod in /connect and pass it on both fresh + reconnect - tests: cover method selection and request-body shaping Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(invoice-inbox): clean up bulk-selection toolbar UI Redesign the selection toolbar shown when inbox items are checked: one solid primary "Bokför valda" button with outlined secondary actions ("Fråga assistenten", "Ta bort") and a plain selection count. Removes the redundant "Avmarkera" button (users uncheck the still-visible box), fixes label clipping, and gives the toolbar more breathing room. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(entitlements): bypass paywall in local development Add isPaywallBypassed() so all gated capabilities are testable locally without a subscription. Fires only on NODE_ENV=development (npm run dev) or an explicit DISABLE_PAYWALL=true escape hatch — production builds run under NODE_ENV=production and the entitlement suite runs under 'test', so both keep exercising the real gate. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): resolve enskild firma bolagsuppgifter via 12-digit personnummer TIC's Lens search is fuzzy and only resolves an enskild firma from the 12-digit (century-prefixed) personnummer; a 10-digit form fuzzy-matched an unrelated entity. Expand personnummer to 12 digits before querying and reject hits whose registration number is unrelated to the request. Add a "Hämta" action to the settings Bolagsuppgifter panel to (re)fetch on demand. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(transactions): implement categorize core for bank transaction categorization - Added `categorize-core.ts` to handle categorization of bank transactions, supporting single and bulk operations. - Introduced `categorizeMatchedTransaction` and `bulkBookMatchedInboxItems` functions for transaction processing. - Implemented fiscal period validation and duplicate booking detection. - Enhanced logging and error handling for transaction categorization. feat(scripts): add diagnostic script for Handelsbanken ASPSP metadata - Created `check-handelsbanken-aspsp.mjs` to fetch and display available authentication methods for Handelsbanken. - Outputs metadata for business and personal PSU types, including default authentication methods. fix(migrations): increase statement timeout for SIE bulk delete operations - Updated `20260629160000_sie_bulk_delete_statement_timeout.sql` to set a longer statement timeout for bulk delete RPCs to prevent cancellations during large imports. feat(migrations): add bulk book inbox items to pending operations - Expanded `pending_operations` table to include `bulk_book_inbox_items` operation type in `20260630120000_pending_operations_add_bulk_book_inbox_items.sql`. - Supports bulk booking of matched inbox items against bank transactions. test(pg): add tests for replace_period_opening_balance_link RPC - Implemented tests in `replace-period-opening-balance-link.pg.test.ts` to validate the functionality of the opening-balance correction flow. - Ensured immutability of opening balance links and proper handling of posted vs. non-posted entries. * fix(sie-export): update journal entries and lines handling in SIE export tests * fix(migrations): resolve version collision on 20260629160000 The SIE bulk-delete statement_timeout migration shared version 20260629160000 with journal_entries_list_series_filter (merged from main via #798/#823), causing a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate key error on apply. Rename the branch's migration to 20260629160100. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(compliance): resolve compliance-swarm + review findings - opening-balance/correct: compensating rollback for the non-atomic storno+rebook so a mid-sequence failure never leaves two posted OB entries (ASVS V2.3); durable audit event on every failure path (V16); reference the original verifikationsnummer in the corrected entry per BFL 5 kap 5§; document that requireWrite already enforces write-role + membership (V8.2.1 was a false positive) - reports sources routes: validate the cursor date component as ISO (/^\d{4}-\d{2}-\d{2}$/) before use, 400 on malformed (ASVS V1.2), applied to both the VAT-declaration and trial-balance routes - AgentSessionList: await the rename PATCH, revert the optimistic title and toast on failure (ASVS V4.5) - bank booking: exclude same-batch siblings from the booking-time duplicate guard so bulk-booking distinct same-(date,amount) transactions no longer false-positives; pre-existing duplicate detection is preserved - BulkBookInboxDialog: drop the unsafe currency-based reverse_charge default, add an omvänd skattskyldighet advisory, and type VAT options to the backend VatTreatment union - OpeningBalanceRowEditor: hold onChange in a ref (synced in effect, not during render) so an unstable callback can't cause a render loop Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(inbox): set_inbox_extracted_data should accept and persist accountSuggestion (#760)
The tool was using InvoiceExtractionSchema which forces every
lineItems.accountSuggestion to null via .transform() — the same guard
that prevents the AI extractor from hallucinating BAS accounts.
Agents supplying their own extraction should be able to pin a cost
account per line.
Adds AgentExtractionSchema (exported alongside ExtractionSchema)
where accountSuggestion accepts a validated BAS expense account
(class 4–7, /^[4-7]\d{3}$/) or null. set_inbox_extracted_data now
parses through this schema so the field survives the round-trip to
the DB and is available when gnubok_create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox
builds line items.

Add/bokslut (#718)
* feat(arcim-migration): Briox provider with SIE-over-API import - Briox auth via account ID + application token (no app-level credentials); both tokens rotate on refresh and are persisted - New sie-fetcher pulls the general ledger as SIE through the provider API for Fortnox, Briox and Bjorn Lunden - Wizard stops on a failed SIE import and surfaces the real errors instead of proceeding to the misleading migrate-guard message - PROVIDER_SIE_ONLY_FORTNOX renamed to PROVIDER_SIE_NOT_SUPPORTED; new PROVIDER_TOKEN_INVALID for rejected provider credentials Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): per-line accruals (periodisering) on invoices and supplier invoices Defer revenue/costs per invoice line to 29xx/17xx interim accounts with automatic monthly dissolution (nightly cron + catch-up at registration), schedule cancellation on credit, year-end auto-detect exclusion for already-scheduled invoices, invoice-inbox service-period extraction for prefill, and an MCP tool to list schedules. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bokslut): iXBRL arsredovisning generation and Bolagsverket digital filing Generate the annual report as iXBRL from a generated taxonomy registry (K2 element lists, taxonomy:generate/check scripts + CI guard), expose it via the fiscal-period API, and add the bolagsverket extension for digital submission to eget utrymme with webhook-driven status tracking (submissions table + pg tests, lifecycle events, year-end wizard UI). Accounted rebrand + swarm-skill cleanup + bank-reconciliation fixes (#643)
* feat(reconciliation): close the bank-feed loop on voucher links and re-tag mis-typed opening balances
Two related fixes to bank reconciliation correctness:
1. Auto-reconcile on voucher link. Linking an invoice or supplier invoice to
an existing voucher previously advanced only the invoice — the bank
transaction that paid it kept sitting in the Transactions inbox with a null
journal_entry_id. linkInvoiceToVoucher / linkSupplierInvoiceToVoucher now
call autoReconcileTransactionForLinkedVoucher (lib/reconciliation), which
links the bank transaction to the same verifikat when exactly one unbooked
line matches it. Best-effort and post-commit: a failure here never fails the
link. The result surfaces reconciledTransactionId; the inbox row leaves the
list and the UI shows link_success_tx_reconciled.
2. Re-tag mis-typed opening balances. getReconciliationStatus and the GL-line
matching RPCs identify a cash account's ingående balans solely by
journal_entries.source_type='opening_balance'. Companies migrated from other
systems often booked the bank IB as an ordinary voucher (source_type
'import' or 'manual'), so it was never excluded and surfaced as a phantom
reconciliation difference equal to the opening balance. Adds:
- migration mark_entry_as_opening_balance: a GUC-gated carve-out in the
immutability trigger plus a SECURITY DEFINER RPC that validates the entry
(balance-sheet lines only, dated on a fiscal-period boundary), flips the
source_type, and writes an audit row — no blanket data sweep.
- POST /api/reconciliation/bank/mark-opening-balance + MarkOpeningBalanceSchema.
- BankReconciliationView action to trigger it from the IB diff.
The gnubok_create_voucher executor now accepts a typed is_opening_balance flag
and derives source_type='opening_balance' only after validating class 1/2 lines
on the period start, so new IBs land correctly typed.
Covered by lib/reconciliation auto-reconcile tests, voucher-executors tests,
and a mark-entry-as-opening-balance pg-real test.

* chore: rebrand gnubok → Accounted and prune swarm agent skills
Product rebrand and skills housekeeping. No runtime behaviour change.
Rebrand: replace user-visible "gnubok" with "Accounted" across docs, READMEs,
in-code comments, doc-site content, MCP skill/resource prose, and the
gnubok-mcp package description. The MCP resource URI scheme is moved gnubok://
→ Accounted:// consistently across resource registrations, the event-type
comment, and the resource/skill tests. Deliberately preserved as stable
identifiers (NOT rebranded): the gnubok-company-id cookie, gnubok_sk_ / gnubok_inv_
token prefixes, the gnubok-mcp npm bridge name, and the AGI <gem:Programnamn>
value (kept 'gnubok' per its source comment — it is the software identifier sent
to Skatteverket and must not churn across visual rebrands).
Skills: remove the 27 swarm-* agent SKILL.md atoms (no longer used; already
absent from the agent_atom_registry in prod), refresh the remaining skill docs,
add the .claude/rules/ path-scoped rule set, and regenerate the
seed_agent_atom_bodies migration + .skill-body-manifest.json via
`npm run skills:generate` so the DB-backed skill bodies match the trimmed set.

Bug/customer invoice bug (#628)
* fix(supplier-invoices): self-assess reverse-charge VAT + link payments to vouchers Reverse-charge supplier invoices now carry a per-item reverse_charge_rate (0.06/0.12/0.25). Under omvänd skattskyldighet the supplier charges 0% VAT, so the line vat_rate stays 0 and the buyer self-assesses fiktiv moms at the statutory rate. Centralizes rate resolution (resolveReverseChargeRate) and the ruta 20-24 basis-account guard (isReverseChargeBasisAccount) in vat-entries so the booking engine and review-dialog preview can no longer drift. Adds the link_supplier_invoice_voucher pending operation: mark a leverantorsfaktura paid by linking an existing posted verifikat that debits 2440, with no new journal entry. Exposes find-candidates/link MCP tools and the bulk-reconcile helper, scoped under suppliers:read/write. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(vat): report yearly VAT over the rakenskapsar, not the calendar year Annual VAT (helarsmoms) is filed per beskattningsar/rakenskapsar (SFL 26 kap), which can be extended or shortened up to 18 months. The previous Jan-Dec calendar span silently dropped part of an extended first year. calculateVatDeclaration now accepts a fiscalPeriodId and resolves the period's actual bounds for yearly; monthly/quarterly stay calendar. The reports UI passes the selected fiscal period, defaults the periodicity from the company's moms_period setting, and carries the period into the ruta drill-down. full-archive export threads the period id through too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migration): resolve supplier invoice status from payment amounts The provider's lifecycle status and its payment status are computed independently upstream and can contradict each other (e.g. a Fortnox invoice marked booked but fully paid). Both the arcim entity-mapper and the Fortnox mapper now let payment state win: fully paid -> paid, partial -> partially_paid, otherwise the mapped lifecycle status, with credit notes forced terminal. Balance is compared numerically (never strict === 0) so float drift or a residual ore resolves cleanly, and an absent Balance is treated as unpaid. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(enable-banking): only ingest booked transactions to stop re-import drift Pending entries are skipped during sync: a pending row is unstable across syncs (a later 'synka nu' returns it still pending or finally booked, often with a different effective date). Because both the dedup external_id and the content-dedup key are date-derived, that drift minted a new id and re-imported a transaction that already existed - observed in production as the same amount+description landing twice with different dates. Gating the import set on a stable booking_date removes the drift at the source and leaves booked rows' ids byte-identical. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(gitignore): ignore local SIE test fixtures tests/fixtures/sie/ may contain real or scrubbed company data and must never be committed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoice): handle errors during registration journal entry creation and ensure invoice rollback feat(tests): add test for reverse charge rate handling on supplier invoice line items feat(fortnox): ensure paid status reflects zero balance for fully paid invoices chore(migrations): add reverse_charge_rate to supplier_invoice_items and backfill link_supplier_invoice_voucher --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Mcp/template data feedback (#617)
* fix(booking-templates): scope template list to the active company GET /api/settings/booking-templates relied solely on the btl_select RLS policy, which is membership-wide (user_company_ids) and returns templates from every company the user belongs to. A user who owns multiple companies saw all their templates merged regardless of which company was active. Narrow the list in the API layer (mirroring counterparty-templates) to system + the active company + the active company's team. RLS stays the security backstop; this fixes the cross-company merge within a single user's own view (it was never a cross-tenant data leak). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): show proper message for duplicate bank file upload The bank file import page mis-parsed the structured error envelope ({ error: { code, message, details } }), so a BANK_FILE_DUPLICATE (409) fell through to the generic "Kunde inte läsa filen" fallback. The upload step also hardcoded that same string as the error heading, so duplicates were doubly misreported as parse failures. - Parse the structured envelope by error.code; surface error.message for all codes instead of rendering the error object. - Add a dedicated BANK_FILE_DUPLICATE message using the importedAt / importedCount details the route already returns. - Add an optional errorTitle prop to BankFileUploadStep (defaults to the previous text) and pass "Filen är redan importerad" for dupes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tests): add comprehensive tests for recordateEntry, inbox-linking, and external-id handling - Implemented unit tests for recordateEntry in the bookkeeping module to validate various scenarios including date changes, non-posted entries, and fiscal period restrictions. - Created tests for inbox-linking status in pending operations to ensure correct handling of invoice inbox items and supplier invoices, addressing historical bugs related to status updates. - Added tests for external-id utilities to ensure consistent handling of monetary amounts and deduplication keys across different transaction sources. - Introduced new functions in external-id.ts for stable external ID generation and normalization of imported descriptions, enhancing transaction deduplication reliability. feat(migrations): add new database migrations for transaction handling - Created migration to exclude storno and correction vouchers from unmatched GL lines, ensuring accurate reconciliation. - Added a migration to preserve original bank transaction descriptions in a new immutable column, allowing for user edits while maintaining audit trails and deduplication integrity. * feat(migrations): add function to exclude storno/correction vouchers from unmatched GL lines * feat(transactions): enhance transaction handling with improved description normalization and preloaded original entries --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Agent v1 bundle: TIC v2 onboarding, in-app assistant gating, sidebar nav, MCP fixes (#584)
* fix(sie-import): accept tab as field separator (Bollbok exports) The SIE 4 spec allows either space or tab between fields, but splitSIELine() only treated space (0x20) as a separator. Bollbok exports tab-separated lines for every record except #RAR, which silently swallowed all #IB / #UB / #KONTO / #KTYP / #VER / #TRANS records — imports appeared empty even though the file was well-formed. Also adds a parser-side diagnostic that emits a warning when raw #IB or #VER lines are present in the input but parsing produced none. The previous silent failure is how this bug stayed hidden; the warning gives the import preview something visible to surface next time. Verified against two real reproducer files (Sean / Erik Hellqvist): erik h 2025.SE (UTF-8): 166 accounts, 66 IB, 4 UB, 11 RES, 95 vouchers, 198 TRANS. erik h 2026.SE (CP437): 166 accounts, 66 IB, 4 UB, 0 vouchers. Both now parse with zero warnings/errors. Tests: + 8 Bollbok-shape tab-separated fixtures (2025 + 2026 quoting variants). + 4 silent-failure diagnostic-warning tests. All 74 sie-parser tests pass; 155/155 in lib/import; 64/64 downstream callers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sie-import): address PR #513 review — strip #KTYP quotes, suppress redundant aggregate warning Two non-blocking P2 findings from Greptile review on PR #513: 1. #KTYP handler stored fields[2] directly, so Bollbok 2026 exports (#KTYP\t1510\t"T") stored '"T"' with literal quotes instead of 'T'. Latent defect — accountType is unused downstream today, but my tab- separator fix made the quoted-value path reachable. Now routes through parseStringField so both Bollbok 2025 (unquoted T) and 2026 (quoted "T") land as 'T'. 2. The aggregate "kontrollera fältavskiljare och teckenkodning" warning fired alongside per-record 'error'-severity issues for malformed #IB / #VER records, producing a misleading hint when the parser had already pinpointed the structural problem. Now suppressed when an error-severity issue with the same tag already exists. Test coverage: + accountType asserted to be 'T' (not '"T"') in both 2025 + 2026 shapes. + VER aggregate-warning test now uses #VER lines without { } blocks (silent loss, no per-record error) — the canonical case the diagnostic is designed for. + New suppression test: bare #VER produces per-record errors AND the aggregate warning is absent. 75/75 sie-parser tests pass; 156/156 in lib/import. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: agent chat + composer + memory + document extraction In-progress work on this branch beyond the SIE-import fixes: - Specialized accountant agent (composer + intents + chat loop) - Persistent agent_conversations/messages, agent_profiles, agent_memory - /chat surface + /onboarding/agent + /settings/agent-memory - document-extraction extension with status hooks - MCP server staging refactor + new skills (atoms, bank reconciliation, customer onboarding, kreditfaktura) - pending_operations rejection feedback (category + reason) + realtime - TIC company profile cached snapshot on companies - 17 migrations (all additive — see prior conversation analysis) Parked while branch waits for review/merge. Migrations are already applied to prod. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(tic): migrate company-data client from api-core v1 to Lens v2 Swaps the seven TIC company-data endpoints we call from the api-core paths (`/datasets/companies/{companyId}/...`, `/search/companies`) to the Lens equivalents (`/companies/{id}/...`, `/search-public/companies`). Hard cutover; proxy pattern preserved. Schema shifts handled inside the extension so consumers (TicWorkspace, Step2CompanyDetails) don't need changes: - `/companies/{id}/bank-accounts` now returns Bankgirot only — map to the existing `{ type, accountNumber, bic }` shape, drop terminated. - `/companies/{id}/industries` returns a discriminated array — filter to `companyIndustryCodeType === 'sni2007'` to preserve v1 behavior. - `/companies/{id}/phone-numbers` renamed the field to `phoneNumberFormatted` (fall back to `e164PhoneNumber`). - `/companies/{id}/documents` replaces `/financial-report-summaries`; filter `type === 'annualReport'` and read nested `financialReportMetadata` to rebuild the legacy summary shape. - `isCeased` is now a top-level boolean; `activityStatus` is an enum. Translate enum -> 'ceased' for the workspace's existing check. BankID identity flow (id.tic.io) is untouched — separate TIC product. Note: deploy gated on the TIC proxy being flipped to lens-api.tic.io with an `x-api-key` Lens key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tic): expose v2 onboarding & workspace data Adds six new Lens (v2) fetchers on top of the migration that already landed in this branch, surfacing the data through /lookup and /profile. New fetchers in lib/tic-client.ts: - getFiscalYears /companies/{id}/fiscal-years - getAccountingPeriods /companies/{id}/accounting-periods - getPayrolls /companies/{id}/payrolls - getSignatory /companies/{id}/signatory - getRepresentatives /companies/{id}/representatives - getCompanyStatus /companies/{id}/status /lookup gains a fiscalYear field (current fiscal-year configuration) so onboarding Step 2 can skip manual MM-DD entry. CompanyLookupResult extended with optional fiscalYear; consumers without it keep working. /profile gains five new sections on TICCompanyProfile: - fiscalYear + fiscalYearHistory current + deduped period list - signatory firmateckning descriptions - board + representatives board-composition summary + active officers (positionEnd in future) - payrolls payroll2 array newest-first, with deviation vs annual-report - statuses current+historical status entries with red/yellow/green/neutral color TicWorkspace renders the new data as four cards (Status, Fiscal year + Signatory, Board + Representatives, Payroll history) plus a Badge mapping for the traffic-light status color. Tests: 52 -> 60 passing. Added unit tests for the new fetchers' v2 paths, fiscal-year auto-fill in /lookup, and full v2 profile coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(onboarding, agent): lean on TIC v2 to skip Steps 1 & 3 and sharpen Opus Three small wins that unlock more of the v2 cutover. No new endpoints — the data was already in the snapshot, just not flowing where it should. Step 1 (entity_type) — deep-link path only: - /lookup now returns `legalEntityType` and `registrationDate` (added to CompanyLookupResult). - /onboarding/page.tsx does a server-side /lookup prefetch when ?org_number= is present (BankID picker path), maps "AB"/"EF" to the EntityType enum, and seeds Step 1's radio. Falls through silently for unsupported codes (HB, KB, …) and on TIC errors. - WelcomeOnboarding hydrates ticLookup state from the server prefetch so Step 2's debounced client fetch and Step 3's first-year inference both have data on first render — no flash. Step 3 (is_first_fiscal_year) — every path: - deriveFirstYearDefaults() parses ticLookup.registrationDate and returns { isFirstFiscalYear, firstYearStart } when registered <12 months ago. Step 3's initialData picks it up; the user only confirms the end date. - Settings value wins when present so existing users with a saved choice don't get overridden. Composer prompt: - redactTic allowlist was the bottleneck — it stripped beneficialOwners, signatory, board, representatives, payrolls, statuses, fiscalYear before Opus ever saw the JSON. Existing filterRedundantQuestions ownership logic was effectively dead because the data path was severed. Expanded allowlist to include those v2 sections; kept bankAccounts/ email/phone/fiscalYearHistory/financialReports out (token cost > signal). - SYSTEM_PROMPT now documents each v2 section and the rules Opus should apply: payroll signal switches from "registration.payroll" to "actual payrolls[] filings" (kills the false-positive swedish-payroll selection for newly registered employers); beneficialOwners[] becomes the authoritative ownership source (single owner → FMB modifier; multiple → multi-owner); statuses[] isCeased/red triggers an uncertainty_note. Tests: 4112 unchanged. Build: green. No schema or migration changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): onboarding polish + composer signal fixes from first-run feedback UX: - AgentOnboarding: drop the 10s "Hoppa över — fortsätt med standardval" escape hatch. The fallback path runs automatically on timeout; the manual skip just teased users into a degraded build. - ReviewCard step 2 title: "Stämma av detaljerna" → "Stäm av detaljerna" (imperative form matches the rest of the steps). - Drop em-dashes from user-visible Swedish strings in AgentOnboarding + ReviewCard (fallback labels, subtitles, placeholder, error message, final CTA). Em-dashes survive in code comments only. - "Fråga min revisor" → "Fråga min assistent" everywhere it surfaced: AgentTrigger, AgentSparkleButton, ReviewCard preview, ReviewCard fallback comment, general.help intent buttonLabel + prompt text. - AgentTrigger / AgentSparkleButton / EmptyState.AgentHelpLink / TransactionInboxCard ask-button all gated on identity.isVerified. Pre-onboarding users no longer see the floating FAB or per-page Sparkle buttons. AgentSheetProvider.identity gained an isVerified field; (dashboard)/layout.tsx selects agent_profiles.verified_at and passes it through. TIC verksamhetsbeskrivning: - tic/index.ts /profile: /companies/{id}/purposes returns every historical verksamhetsföremål filing. Picking [0] was returning the oldest "äga och förvalta" holding-company boilerplate for companies whose later filings narrowed the purpose ("tillhandahålla företagskrediter och finansiella teknologilösningar"). Sort the array by lastUpdatedAtUtc desc and take the most recent non-empty purpose. Composer banking signal: - loadBankingSummary now reads journal_entry_id alongside description/amount/date and returns per-counterparty `direction` ('in' | 'out' | 'mixed') and `has_unbooked` (any row not yet booked). Aggregate `unbooked_count` accompanies the rollup. - buildUserPrompt emits each counterparty as `Name: 12 345 kr (ut, OBOKFÖRD)` so Opus can tell income from cost on sight and tell which counterparties are still open questions. - SYSTEM_PROMPT now explicitly forbids verification questions about counterparties whose direction is unambiguous AND status is 'bokförd'. Should kill the regressions from the first agent build: * "Konsult, J 98 565 kr — intäkt eller kostnad?" when the amount is clearly negative. * "ALMI AB 493 000 kr — lån eller bidrag?" when the transaction is already categorized. Tests: 4112 unchanged. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent,ui): representation needs deltagare+syfte, drop duplicate doc icon Representation booking: - transaction-categorization prompt now requires the agent to capture participants (name + company) AND purpose before staging a representation categorization. SKV's representationsregler + ML 8 kap require the verifikation to document who attended and what the meeting was about; without that the avdrag is denied and the post should be booked as non-deductible / personalkostnad. - The agent confirms back in plain text (audit trail in the chat), writes the deltagare + syfte to gnubok_remember_fact (long-term), THEN stages. Saknas deltagare/syfte: explicitly tell the user the avdrag won't go through and offer the non-deductible alternative. - Known gap (followup, not this commit): the staged op's journal entry description doesn't yet carry the deltagare text. Until we add a `notes` field to gnubok_categorize_transaction, the audit trail lives in chat + agent_memory only. TransactionInboxCard duplicate attachment indicator: - Drop the FileCheck2 "open document" button from the trailing slot. TransactionAttachmentIndicator (Paperclip) next to the description already opens the underlag on click. Two icons doing the same thing was noise. Cleaned up the unused state (isOpeningDoc, hasAttachment, handleOpenAttachment) and dropped now-unused imports (FileCheck2, useToast). Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent, nav): notes on verifikation + redesigned sidebar Audit-trail notes for representation: - gnubok_categorize_transaction gains an optional `notes` string. Threaded through stagePendingOperation → commitCategorizeTransaction → createTransactionJournalEntry, which now appends notes to the entry's description (capped at 500 chars). The verifikation an external auditor reads now carries deltagare + syfte directly — not just chat history / agent_memory. - transaction-categorization prompt updated: representation flow now REQUIRES the agent to pass deltagare+syfte via the notes parameter. Without it the booking is non-deductible / personalkostnad per SKV. DashboardNav redesign: - Top section: flat, no header — Hem (/chat), Underlag (was Dokumentinkorg), Transaktioner, Granskning. Always visible; the inline badge on /pending shows the count when there are pending ops. - Mid section: four collapsible dropdowns (Försäljning, Inköp, Redovisning, Personal). Each auto-expands when the active route lives inside it. KPI moved from main to Redovisning. Extension nav items (TIC workspace, etc.) fold into Redovisning. - Bottom-left: new account popover (DropdownMenu, opens upward) holding CompanySwitcher, Inställningar, Hjälp, Support, Logga ut. Replaces the old top company-switcher card + the bottom Support/Logout block. - Mobile drawer mirrors the new structure: top items as flat list, same four dropdown groups, separate "Tillägg" section when extensions exist, "Mitt konto" section at the bottom. - i18n: invoice_inbox label renamed "Dokumentinkorg" → "Underlag" ("Documents" in en). New keys: mitt_konto, group_extensions. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): unhide Leverantörer under Inköp The /suppliers entry existed in navItems but was marked hidden — leftover from when the supplier list lived elsewhere in the IA. Removing the hidden flag puts Leverantörer in the Inköp dropdown alongside Leverantörsfakturor. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): CompanySwitcher back to top-left, user account moves bottom-left The previous pass collapsed both concepts into the bottom popover. They mean different things: the company is the org context everything below operates against (top-of-sidebar, scannable); the user is the account-holder (bottom-of-sidebar, where settings/logout live). - (dashboard)/layout.tsx: fetch profiles.full_name alongside the existing identity queries; pass userName + userEmail into DashboardNav. - DashboardNav: restore CompanySwitcher at the top of the sidebar (pre-redesign placement). Bottom-left popover trigger now shows the signed-in user's name + single-letter initial (accountInitial helper falls back to email's first char, then "?"). Popover header carries full name + email; items unchanged (Inställningar, Hjälp, Support, Logga ut). CompanySwitcher removed from inside the popover — nested dropdowns were awkward and the top placement is where it belongs. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): trim the agent context strip The row-level AgentContextStrip on /pending was rendering the model name (eu.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-6) and the full atoms array (horizontal/swedish-vat, vertical/konsult-it, …) inline, which made each row 60–80 chars of mostly-the-same metadata. Reviewers never scan that text; they scan amounts and decide approve/reject. Now the strip shows only the conversation deep-link (Konversation #<short id>) — the one piece that's actually useful for diving into context. Model + atoms remain available in agent_metadata for debugging surfaces; they're just not in the list view. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): shared ground rules + paragraph breaks after tool calls Two regressions surfaced in real usage. Both are systemic. Shared agent ground rules: - /chat surface (general.help) was happily inventing four-digit BAS account numbers ("Debet 6212 - Molntjänster…", "Kredit 2614 - Ingående moms…") and proposing booking decisions on invoices it had never seen, with no follow-up questions about currency/scope/etc. - transaction-categorization had those rules baked into its prompt; general-help / bokslut-step / invoice-draft / supplier-invoice-review / verifikation-draft / vat-review never inherited them. - Extracted lib/agent/intents/shared-rules.ts with five cross-cutting rules: underlag first (check inbox + ask user to upload to Dokumentinkorgen when missing), ask follow-ups when ambiguous, never write four-digit BAS account numbers in chat (category names only), cite atoms / load skills (don't guess), check counterparty history before proposing. - Injected renderAgentGroundRules() into all six intents above. transaction-categorization left alone — it has more detailed inline rules tied to its specific underlag-flow. Paragraph break after tool calls: - text_delta from the model often resumes after a tool call without a leading newline ("kategoriseras." → gnubok_query_journal runs → "Inget historik hittades…" appended directly). Markdown rendered the concatenation as one paragraph. - AgentChat text_delta handler now inserts \n\n when (a) the buffer ends with text content, (b) the incoming delta starts with text content, (c) at least one tool call has run, and (d) the buffer doesn't already end with a blank line. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(nav): default-open dropdown groups; closing is per-user Dropdowns started collapsed which meant first-time users had to open each group to discover what's inside. Inverted the state: default open, user can collapse, active route still forces a group open. - manualExpanded → manualCollapsed (semantics flip) - toggleGroup unchanged externally; flips the bit - isGroupExpanded returns !manualCollapsed[g] || hasActiveChild Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): rate-safe v1→v2 TIC upgrade, counterparty defaults, profile settings Three pre-ship quality wins. Rate-limit-safe TIC v2 upgrade: - The /profile endpoint fans out to ~13 Lens calls; the account has a ~3000/mo ceiling. Force-refreshing every pre-v2 (v1) snapshot across the customer base would blow the budget. - ensureTicSnapshot gains an `upgradeV1` flag. A cached snapshot still inside the 7-day window is re-fetched only when (a) the caller passes upgradeV1 AND (b) the snapshot is v1-shaped (missing the v2-only `statuses` key). Gated to the two agent-onboarding call sites — a deliberate, once-per-company action and the only consumer of the v2 sections. Workspace + signup keep the natural 7-day staleness, so the v1→v2 migration is lazy and bounded to companies actually building an agent. Known-counterparty defaults (shared-rules): - Agent now proposes a sensible default for well-known counterparties instead of asking the same question monthly: Almi → lån, Tillväxtverket/ Vinnova/EU-stöd → bidrag, Skatteverket → skatt/avgift or återbäring, Bolagsverket → avgift, Försäkringskassan → ersättning, EF private withdrawal → eget uttag. Stated as an assumption the user can correct, not a hard rule — underlag/history still wins. Företagsprofil settings page: - New /settings/agent-profile (Företagsprofil / "Company profile"): view + edit the agent's company profile after onboarding — assistant name + avatar, the profile summary the agent reasons from, and a read-only chip view of loaded specialities (atoms). Backed by the existing GET/PATCH /api/agent/profile. - New GET /api/agent/atom-titles?ids= resolves atom slugs → human titles for the chips (registry is globally-readable reference data). - Added to SettingsSidebar; i18n keys agent_profile (sv "Företagsprofil" / en "Company profile"). Note: /chat already redirects unverified users to / (chat layout guard), and / renders WelcomeGate → /onboarding/agent. No redirect work needed. AgentSetupBanner.tsx is orphaned dead code (WelcomeGate superseded it). Tests: 4112. Build: green. Both new routes compile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav, agent): Hem=Översikt + separate Assistent button; memory dedup Nav restructure: - "Hem" now points to / (Översikt dashboard) again, not /chat. The agent chat gets its own top-level nav entry "Assistent" (Sparkles icon) → /chat. Mobile bottom nav mirrors this (Hem / Assistent / Transaktioner). - / restored to render DashboardContent (the Översikt) for built-agent users instead of redirecting to /chat. Users who haven't built their assistant yet still get WelcomeGate (the build-agent checklist); once verified, / shows the dashboard. Chat is reachable anytime via its nav entry. Restored main's dashboard data-fetch; added an agent_profiles verified_at probe to drive the WelcomeGate branch. - i18n: nav.assistant ("Assistent" / "Assistant"). agent_memory dedup (gnubok_remember_fact): - The agent re-remembers the same fact constantly (e.g. "Vercel = omvänd skattskyldighet" on every Vercel categorization), which would bloat agent_memory with paraphrases over months. - Before insert, compare the incoming fact against the 300 most-recent active memories by word-set Jaccard similarity (lowercased, punctuation- stripped, stopwords dropped). A near-duplicate (≥0.82) is treated as already-known: bump its relevance toward the new score + refresh updated_at instead of writing a new row. Embedding-free, zero added latency beyond one bounded SELECT. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent, nav): företagsprofil=Bolagsuppgifter, avatar nav icon, dedupe greeting Företagsprofil settings page (the right content this time): - Replaced the agent atoms/summary panel with CompanyProfileView — a read-only "Bolagsuppgifter" view of the cached TIC company snapshot (name, org-nr, form, address, F-skatt/Moms/Arbetsgivare, SNI, bank, verksamhet, employees, latest financials, status traffic-lights, fiscal year, firmateckning, företrädare). Server component reads the companies.tic_snapshot column directly — no extension import, stays inside the core-build boundary. - Route renamed /settings/agent-profile → /settings/company-profile. Removed the old AgentProfilePanel + the now-unused /api/agent/atom-titles endpoint. "Assistent" nav icon = the agent's chosen avatar: - DashboardNav reads agent identity from AgentSheetProvider and renders the onboarding-chosen avatar for the /chat ("Assistent") entry across desktop sidebar, mobile drawer, and mobile bottom nav. Falls back to the Sparkles glyph pre-onboarding (no avatar yet). Nav cleanup: - Dropped the beta badge from Underlag. - Filtered the TIC workspace (/e/general/tic, "Företagsprofil") out of the nav — the same Bolagsuppgifter now lives under Inställningar → Företagsprofil, so it shouldn't appear in two places. Doubled intake greeting fix: - /chat/intake fires an invoke with no conversation_id, then swaps the URL to /chat/[id] the instant the `conversation` event lands — which can beat the greeting being persisted. /chat/[id] then hydrated with 0 messages and, because the auto-fire guard keyed on (id && messages>0), fired a SECOND invoke on the same conversation → two greetings. Guard now keys on conversation-id presence alone: a set id means resume, never bootstrap. Closes the race. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): paragraph-break-after-tool split words mid-stream The earlier "insert \n\n when text resumes after a tool call" heuristic re-evaluated on EVERY text_delta (any delta not starting/ending with whitespace, once a tool had run). Streaming deltas arrive in sub-word chunks, so it injected breaks between fragments of the same word: "minnes\n\nno\n\nterna", "kund\n\nrep\n\nresentation". Replace the per-delta heuristic with a consume-once ref: - tool_use sets breakBeforeNextTextRef = true - the next text_delta consumes it: prepends \n\n exactly once (only when the buffer has content, doesn't already end in whitespace, and the delta doesn't start with whitespace), then clears the flag So the break fires once per tool→text resume, never mid-word. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): much shorter replies, representation headcount + VAT cap, dot separator Brevity (system-prompt Svarsformat — affects every reply): - Hard "korthet är regel nummer ett": aim for 2-4 sentences, lead with the answer/action, no warm-up ("Här är vad som gäller…"), don't derive VAT in prose, don't restate what the approval card shows, one question at a time. The agent was writing textbook-length essays. Representation rule now in shared-rules (so verifikation-draft, vat-review, etc. all get it — previously only transaction-categorization had it, which is why the verifikation flow guessed 25% VAT and skipped the cap): - Require ANTAL deltagare (headcount), not just one name — the moms deduction is per person (underlag cap 300 kr/person ex moms). - Use the receipt's ACTUAL VAT rate (usually 12% on food), never assume 25%. - Meal representation isn't income-tax deductible (post-2017); whole cost booked as non-deductible representation. Verifikation description separator: - createTransactionJournalEntry appended notes with an em-dash ("Utlägg Eatnam — Deltagare:…"), violating house style. Switched to a middle dot " · ". journal_entries has no separate notes column — the description IS the BFL verifikationstext / audit field, so deltagare + syfte correctly live there. Tests: 4112. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): tidy Bolagsuppgifter — no status colours, clean firmateckning From first-look feedback on the Företagsprofil page: - Status: dropped the coloured traffic-light badges (red/yellow/green). Per the design system semantic colour is data-only, never chrome, so status now renders as plain label + date. Also filtered to dated entries only — Bolagsverket emits flags like "Har aldrig varit verksam" with no date that read as noise next to the real status. Ceased status gets muted destructive text (the one chrome colour the system keeps). - Firmateckning: the source text carries ">" list markers and crams several rules onto one line, and repeats "Firman tecknas av styrelsen" across rows. cleanSignatory() strips the markers, normalises whitespace, splits run-on "Firman tecknas …" clauses onto separate lines, and the render dedupes — so each rule reads as its own sentence. Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): inbox items expose all terminal links + processed flag The Eatnam receipt was booked against its bank transaction (so the inbox row had matched_transaction_id + created_journal_entry_id set), yet the agent reported it as loose/unmatched and a duplicate risk. Root cause: gnubok_list_inbox_items only selected and returned matched_supplier_id + created_supplier_invoice_id — the supplier-invoice path. The transaction-match and direct-journal-entry paths were invisible, so any receipt cleared via /transactions looked unprocessed. - list_inbox_items now selects + returns matched_transaction_id and created_journal_entry_id alongside the supplier fields, plus a derived `processed` boolean (true when ANY of the three terminal links is set). - New unprocessed_only=true input filters to items with no terminal link — the "what still needs handling" view that prevents the agent from flagging already-booked docs as duplicates. (Fetches a wider window then filters client-side so limit applies post-filter.) - Description updated to document the processed semantics, within the 280-char tool-description budget. The DB linkage itself already worked: /transactions attach-document sets matched_transaction_id, and commitCategorizeTransaction stamps created_journal_entry_id. This was purely a read/surface gap. Tests: 4112 (+ MCP description guard). Build: green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): repair stage-but-never-commit tools + consolidate tool surface - post_annual_depreciation AND reverse_entry were never in the pending_operations operation_type CHECK, so both staged then died with check_violation at INSERT. Add the CHECK migration, a commitPostAnnualDepreciation executor (reusing commitAnnualPostings), risk tier, and the PendingOperationType union member. - Salary tools de-risked: calculate_salary_run calls runSalaryCalculation() directly (no self-fetch/forged cookie); create_salary_run uses a transactional create-run helper with compensating delete; generate_agi actually generates + persists the declaration. - import_sie parses + validates at stage time with a content-rich preview (company, fiscal year, voucher/account counts, balance) instead of a blind byte count. - batch-match-invoices passed user.id where companyId was expected (silently matched zero). - VAT report+widget merged behind render_ui; gnubok_search_tools ranks by relevance; gnubok_feedback readOnlyHint corrected; tools/list instruction text fixed; income decision-tree + GL/query_journal cross-refs added. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): load skill atom bodies from the DB so they survive the build Skill bodies were read from disk at runtime (.claude/skills/**/SKILL.md); on Vercel the dynamic readFile path isn't traced into the lambda and on Docker .claude/ is excluded, so atoms loaded EMPTY in production — a despecialized agent. Inline the bodies into agent_atom_registry instead: - Migration adds body + mcp_exposed columns; a build-time generator (scripts/generate-skill-bodies.ts) emits a deterministic dollar-quoted seed migration with a content-hash manifest + --check CI guard. - Read sites (mcp-server atoms.ts, chat system-prompt.ts, composer prewarm) read body from the DB, with a dev-only disk fallback. mcp_exposed curates which atoms the MCP exposes (swarm-* never become atoms). - The seed script + generator share scripts/lib/atom-discovery.ts; estimated_tokens now reflects SKILL.md only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): safe the in-app assistant — gating, FAB de-confliction, rate limit, friendly errors - Hide all agent entry points until verified_at: the Assistent nav tab (sidebar + mobile) and the agent-memory settings tab now match the floating FAB's gate. - FAB de-confliction: /kpi -> kpi.explain and /bookkeeping/year-end -> bokslut.step so the floating button opens the SAME assistant as the page button (no two-agents-on-one-page). - Generous per-user rate limit (30/min, 1000/day) on /api/agent/invoke, /onboarding/stream, /composer via a new agent_rate_counters table + check_and_increment_agent_quota RPC; fails open. Bounds runaway Bedrock spend without touching normal users. - Friendly errors: Bedrock 429/timeout/5xx normalized to Swedish (friendlyModelError) in run-turn + the invoke route; the chat client surfaces the server's friendly message instead of a raw HTTP status. - /chat/new validates ?intent= against the registry so bad deep-links fall back to general.help instead of rendering a broken-looking error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): keep /chat read-only — redirect categorization + swap the "categorize" suggestion for a VAT-report question general.help (the /chat assistant) is read-only, but it still gave per-transaction bokföringsförslag in prose and asked "godkänner du dessa?" — an analysis the user can't act on (no write tool, no per-tx underlag). Strengthen the prompt to redirect categorization/bokföring to the per-transaction flow (open the transaction -> "Fråga om denna transaktion", where the agent sees the underlag and stages a real ApprovalCard); a short overview is still allowed. Add a guard test locking in no-write-tools + the redirect language. Swap the /chat empty-state "Hjälp mig kategorisera" chip (which lured users into exactly this dead-end) for a VAT-report question the read-only assistant can actually answer. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(pending): declutter the review queue rows + header Fold the conversation deep-link onto the actor label (drop the separate "Konversation #xxxx" strip and its icon), hide the quick-pick when there's only one operation type (it duplicated "Markera alla"), and drop the "(0)" from the disabled bulk-approve button. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(vat): enhance VAT handling by integrating document validation and improving error messaging * feat(settings): add assistant knowledge surface + consolidate settings tabs Expose the agent's skill atoms (agent_atom_registry) in a read-only surface beside the existing memory view, and tighten the settings tab bar from 14 to 10 tabs. - New GET /api/agent/skills + AgentSkillsPanel: lists active, mcp_exposed atoms grouped by tier (Kärnkompetens / bransch / bolagssituation), flags which are active for the company from agent_profiles, and lazy-loads each SKILL.md body on expand. - New /settings/assistant tab with a Minne/Kompetens toggle (?view=skills); /settings/agent-memory and /settings/agent-skills redirect into it. - Merge Företagsprofil (TIC snapshot) into the Företag tab via CompanyProfileSection; /settings/company-profile redirects. - Merge Skatteverket-anslutningen into the Skatt tab — OAuth returnTo and the callback toast now target /settings/tax; /settings/skatteverket redirects. - Drop the Säkerhetsbackup tab (already under Importera/Exportera). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(inbox): keep booked underlag out of the unmatched queue + widen match window - categorize: after booking an inbox underlag onto a verifikat, backfill the inbox row's matched_transaction_id + created_journal_entry_id so it stops showing as unmatched (mirrors the /attach-document paperclip path). - TransactionMatchPicker: bias the candidate window forward (60d before → 180d after the invoice date) so late payments aren't dropped before scoring, and widen the ranking date tolerance to 120d so the true match floats to the top instead of collapsing to "Svag match". Fix "okatigoriserade" typo. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: bundle in-progress branch work + agent onboarding chat optimizations Captures the uncommitted work-in-progress on this branch so it lives on the remote. Heterogeneous changeset — bundled as one commit since the work was already entangled across files. Headline change in this commit (from this session): - Remove the double interview in agent onboarding. Phase B's verification- question form stepper is gone — the Phase C chat (onboarding.intake) now owns the entire interview and reads the composer's verification_questions server-side as its question bank. - ReviewCard collapses from 3 steps to 2 (meet → review-and-confirm) with value-first ordering: profile + "vad jag kan hjälpa dig med" + facts + optional seed note. CTA reads "Möt {namn}" to signal the chat follows. - ChatIntakeStarter handoff subcopy updated to match reality (assistant greets first; user can leave anytime). - Stamp agent_profiles.intake_completed_at server-side in app/api/agent/invoke/route.ts on the first user-typed reply in any onboarding.intake conversation (idempotent IS NULL guard, best-effort). Closes the previously dead-write column and unlocks the opportunistic- follow-up hook the migration anticipated. Plus in-progress branch work being carried forward (not introduced here): agent runtime + intent prompts, composer + atom-discovery scripts, MCP server skills surface, onboarding flow components, dashboard/inbox tweaks, two new agent_atom_registry migrations, additional agent-chat tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(agent): drop inline "Fråga assistenten" affordances — rely on the FAB The bottom-right "Fråga {namn}" FAB (AgentTrigger) is already route-aware and picks the right intent per page, so duplicating it as inline page- header buttons and empty-state links is noise. Removed: - EmptyState `agentHelp` link ("Eller fråga {namn} hur du kommer igång") + the AgentHelpLink component + agent_default_name/agent_ask_link i18n keys + the agentHelp props on EmptyInvoices/EmptyCustomers/EmptyTransactions. - AgentSparkleButton on /bookkeeping (verifikation.draft) and /kpi (kpi.explain) page headers. The FAB stays — when verified, it appears on those routes and routes to the right intent automatically. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): gate the last two ungated "Fråga assistenten" affordances Both surfaces previously called useAgentSheet directly without checking identity.isVerified, so they appeared pre-onboarding (everywhere else the FAB / sparkle buttons / /chat / Assistent nav are all gated on verified_at). - Settings page header: remove the "Fråga {namn}" pill entirely. The FAB covers /settings routes route-aware (settings.help) — no need for a duplicate inline trigger. - Invoice inbox transaction picker: hide the "Fråga assistenten" button when the agent isn't built. Done at the parent (InvoiceInboxWorkspace) by passing onAskAssistant only when identity.isVerified is true; the child renders the button only when the callback is present. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(tic, onboarding, agent): single-call TIC lookup + director-aware narrative voice - TIC: collapse the company lookup from 6 endpoint calls to 1 (search-public already exposes sniCodes, bank accounts, emails, phones, and registration flags). Derive fiscal-year MM-DD from mostRecentFinancialSummary; newly-registered companies fall through to the client's first-year defaults. - Onboarding: BankID picker no longer auto-provisions companies. Every pick routes through the wizard with orgnr (and entity_type via the CompanyRoles match) prefilled; F-skatt/VAT/address get confirmed in steps 2-4 instead of being auto-fetched. createCompanyFromOnboarding reuses CompanyLookupResult and adds a defensive top-level catch so server-action errors surface to the UI instead of being redacted. - Agent composer: loadUserDirectorship() checks BankID CompanyRoles for a director-like position (ceo/boardMember/chairman/externalSignatory, active) before the narrative uses second-person ownership voice ("Du driver…"); unknown users get neutral third-person voice so we never put ownership words in the user's mouth. Tests cover loadUserDirectorship, narrative voice, tic-fetch path, onboarding page, and updated TIC client + lookup/profile suites. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): extend agent-onboarding TIC budget to 10s + backfill stranded org_numbers The 5s TIC fetch timeout aborted client-side before the upstream Lens fan-out (~13 calls) could complete, but the in-flight upstream calls still counted against quota — actions.ts already documents ~530 wasted calls from this in May. Same bug still applied to the agent-onboarding stream path. Adds an optional `timeoutMs` to `ensureTicSnapshot` so deliberate wait-screen callers (agent onboarding stream) can run with 10s while background/dev callers stay on the conservative 5s default. Page-level server fetch (page.tsx) intentionally stays at 5s to avoid blocking TTFB without a visible progress affordance. Backfill migration mirrors `company_settings.org_number` to `companies.org_number` for the 105 cases where it's safe (after dedup + conflict filtering). 56 of those are on active companies — unblocks duplicate guards, SIE/SRU exports, and TIC fallback chain. Zero TIC API calls — pure data move. Idempotent. Also sweeps a pre-existing SSRF guard on the stream route's origin derivation that was sitting unstaged in the working tree — it lives in the same diff hunks as the TIC budget change and couldn't be split cleanly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * wip: bundle in-progress branch work Sweep up uncommitted agent/MCP/RLS work-in-progress so the branch is fully backed up to origin. Not reviewed in detail — committed as-is to preserve working state alongside the TIC fixes in the previous commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): tag the "Bygg din bokföringsassistent" CTA as Beta Adds a Beta badge next to the assistant-setup heading on the dashboard banner, dashboard inline card, and onboarding checklist row. Also drops the stale "Gratis i 30 dagar" subline from the dashboard card. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(build, migrations): PendingOperationType salary ops + resolve migration version collisions PR #584 went red on three things: 1. core-only build / Vercel: `lib/pending-operations/commit.ts:2666` switched on 'create_salary_run' and 'generate_agi' but `PendingOperationType` was missing both literals. Add them to the union. 2. Supabase preview: migration version 20260526120000 collided with main's newly-merged 20260526120000_fix_replace_sie_import_hard_delete.sql. Bump the branch's pair to 20260526120050 / 20260526120051 — still ahead of 20260526120100_restvardeavskrivning so ordering is preserved. 3. 20260527170000 was used twice on this branch (_agent_rls_with_check + _journal_entry_no_doc_required). Bump the second to 20260527170100 so the pair stays orderable and Supabase doesn't choke on the duplicate schema_migrations PK. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ci): reword comment so core-only guard stops flagging it The "Check no core imports from extensions" step greps for the literal \`from '@/extensions/\` across lib/, app/api/, components/. A comment in lib/agent/composer/tic-fetch.ts quoted the exact pattern verbatim to explain *why* the file does a self-fetch instead of importing the TIC extension directly — which the grep matched even though no actual import exists. Rewrite the line to keep the same meaning without the literal pattern.
