MattssonandClaude Fable 5 fdb5f6f891 feat(white-label): byra white-label infrastructure: brands, cockpit, home domains, branded email (#1956)
* feat(white-label): brand and team-kind foundation

- brands table: one white-label identity per byra team (unique mutable
domain, row presence = live, email sender identity, hex color CHECKs)
- teams.kind ('personal'|'byra'): ops-only kind changes, deterministic
ensure_user_team (personal team only), AFTER UPDATE role re-sync so a
demoted consultant loses admin in client books immediately
- resolveBrandByHost/resolveBrandForCompany with 60s TTL cache, derived
chrome tone and WCAG contrast gate; no brand row = default appearance

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): per-request brand theming, wordmark slot and source footer

- root layout resolves the brand from the Host header and injects a
server-rendered style block (light + dark), font pair classes and a
BrandProvider/useBranding context; default hosts render byte-identically
- BrandWordmark logo slot, host-aware manifest and favicon,
  images.remotePatterns for Supabase Storage logos
- curated font menu mechanism (font_key -> variable pair, preload:false
  for non-default entries)
- AGPL source-code footer link on login and public pages, both brands

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): byra team invites, member management and team billing

- team invites unfrozen behind a kind gate (byra teams only, owner/admin
invite); members route handles multi-team membership; members/[id]
unfrozen with last-owner protection; invite management UI in settings
- billing/status learns team-scoped grants and the settings page shows a
read-only "part of the byra agreement" state instead of the upgrade pitch
- 30-day trial suppressed for companies created under a byra team

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): brand-aware outbound mail, auth email hook and public invoice branding

- every outbound mail is sent in the brand of the company it concerns:
  getSenderForCompany/getBaseUrlForCompany chain (verified brand domain,
"via Accounted" fallback, canonical default) wired into invites,
  payslips, invoice deliveries and reminders
- Supabase Send Email hook endpoint (signature-verified with node:crypto,
dormant until configured) renders auth mail per brand via redirect origin
- public invoice pages carry the company's brand mark
- snapshot suite per template class guards against wrong-brand mail

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): byra cockpit, home-domain rule and tab guard

- Klienter route: five urgency-sorted columns (company, unbooked, inbox,
next deadline via the status engine, last booked) for byra team members,
who land there after login on their home domain
- soft switch straight into a client and back; blocking two-exit tab
guard against writes to the wrong active company
- client company creation admin-gated at the DB level (a created company
is +1 on the byra invoice), bound to the byra team, no trial
- home-domain rule in the UI: switcher partitions companies by host,
signpost page for companies homed elsewhere

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): brand-aware app name across UI strings

- 24 message keys per locale converted to the {appName} ICU parameter,
27 call sites pass the active brand name (useBranding client-side,
  getRequestAppName server-side)
- 6 hardcoded JSX literals swept; statutory filing and API identity
surfaces deliberately keep the Accounted name
- 34 new i18n keys for the cockpit, team invites, billing state, tab
guard, signpost and source footer (sv/en parity verified)

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(white-label): domain glossary and decision log entries

- CONTEXT.md: the white-label ubiquitous language (brand, byra team,
home domain, signpost, umbrella subdomain, brand color, cockpit)
- DECISIONS.md entries from the build waves

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): lean byra cockpit sidebar with company-mode back link

Byra team members now get a two-mode sidebar: on cockpit routes (/clients
and the new /byra pages) only Hem, Klienter, Automationer and Nyckeltal
show; entering a client company brings back the full company sidebar with
a pinned back-to-clients link (expanded, rail and mobile). New pages: /byra
home with client count, needs-action count and per-client urgent deadlines
reusing the fetchClientOverview aggregation, plus designed empty states for
/byra/automations and /byra/kpi. Signpost gate allows the byra routes;
non-byra users are unaffected.

* fix(white-label): cockpit shows no active company and keeps lean sidebar under settings

In cockpit mode the bottom user widget no longer shows the active company
subline or the company-switcher flyout: the cockpit sits above the
companies and clients are entered through the Klienter list. The settings
modal previously flipped the sidebar to the full company nav behind it
because the pathname becomes /settings/*; the sidebar now keeps the mode
of the surface underneath.

* fix(white-label): keep company picker in cockpit with nothing selected

The cockpit user menu gets the company-switcher flyout back, but neutral:
the row reads "Valj bolag", no company carries the check mark or active
styling, and picking any company (including the technically-active one)
enters it with a full navigation. Company mode is unchanged.

* chore(db): renumber white-label migrations past main and add byra settings scope

Renumber 20260801100000-120000 to 20260804110000-113000: main already
carries applied versions up to 20260803231000, and Supabase branching
refuses local migrations stamped before the remote head (the repo rule
from 5932632f5: keep new versions strictly newest). Comment references
updated in the pg tests, route docs and onboarding precheck.

Also ships the byra settings scope: settings opened from the cockpit
(?ctx=byra, honored only for byra team members) show account-level
sections only (Konto, Medlemmar och roller), hide company-scoped
sections and the company kicker, and the team section is registered in
SETTINGS_SECTIONS so Medlemmar och roller renders inside the settings
window. The cockpit user menu drops Abonnemang and carries the scope on
its links; section switches preserve it.

* feat(byra): cross-client nyckeltal view in the cockpit

Period presets and company chips in the URL, summary tiles, merged
monthly income/expense chart and a sortable per-client KPI table.
Numbers come from the existing get_kpi_report_aggregates RPC per
client (no new migrations); calendar months are the cross-client
axis since clients can have different fiscal years.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): byra self-service brand logo and app name

New Varumarke settings section (byra scope, owner/admin): logo
upload/remove and an editable app name; domain stays read-only.
brands has no write RLS by design, so writes go through
/api/byra/brand routes with the service client behind an explicit
owner/admin team check. Files land in logos/byra/{teamId}/. The
expanded sidebar shows the brand app name beside the logo.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): route root layout through the shared brand resolver

app/layout.tsx carried a private copy of resolveRequestBrand, so it
and lib/branding/request-brand.ts could drift. The layout now uses
the shared function, which also gains a BRAND_DEV_DOMAIN override:
on literal localhost hosts only, resolve that brand so branding is
testable in local dev. Real domains are unaffected even if the
variable leaks into a deployment.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(byra): automations roadmap teaser and cockpit i18n strings

The Automationer tab now previews the planned automation set
(Monday briefing, deadline watch, rule-driven bookkeeping,
connection watch, monthly checklist, report delivery) instead of a
bare empty state. Bundles the sv/en strings for the whole cockpit
wave (nyckeltal, varumarke, automations) and the decision-log
entries.

* feat(white-label): byra owners/admins land in the cockpit, not an auto-picked company

After login "/" resolved the first-membership fallback and opened a client
company nobody chose, and the top-left brand mark always linked back to it.
Byra owners/admins now home to /byra: the logo links there always, and "/"
redirects there unless a company was explicitly picked this browser session.

The middleware writes the fallback company back to user_preferences, so the
DB cannot tell picked from auto-picked; setActiveCompany stamps a session
cookie (gnubok-company-picked) on every explicit switch instead. The byra
check on "/" reuses the layout's team_members query via a request-cached
helper, so it costs no extra round trip. Byra members and regular users are
unchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(white-label): drop brand color theming, keep monochrome everywhere

White-label is logo + app name + domain only (founder call): the
layout no longer injects brand color CSS variables, stamps
data-brand or colors the browser chrome. buildBrandVarsCss, its
WCAG gate and the brand_color/chrome_color columns stay dormant
for a future opt-in.

* fix(db): arm SIE RPC statement_timeout via pgrst.db_pre_request hook

ALTER FUNCTION ... SET statement_timeout (20260629160100, 20260721144311)
never re-arms the running statement's timer, so large SIE imports still
died at the role default 8s. The pre-request hook runs as its own
statement before the main query, so set_config there is what the main
statement's timer is armed with. Scoped by request path to the three SIE
RPCs; every other request keeps 8s.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(byra): drop the 'what's coming' tail from the automations intro

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): byra owners/admins with zero companies land in the empty cockpit

Both no-company gates (Edge middleware and the dashboard layout) sent
every company-less user to the onboarding wizard, which forced a fresh
byra owner to create a personal company before ever seeing the cockpit.
Byra owners/admins now pass through to cockpit routes (/byra, /clients,
/companies/new, /settings, /api) and are steered to /byra elsewhere.
Plain byra members and regular users keep the onboarding redirect.
The membership lookup runs only in the rare no-company state, so the
middleware hot path is untouched.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): auth wordmark shows the brand logo alone

Byra logos usually carry their own name, so logo + app name text on the
login/register hero read as a duplicate. Branded hosts with an uploaded
logo now render the logo only, with the app name as the image's alt
text. Hosts without a logo keep the text wordmark unchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): per-brand favicon via brands.favicon_url

Branded hosts used logo_url as the tab icon, which squashes wide byra
lockups at 16px. New optional brands.favicon_url holds a square mark;
the root layout prefers it and falls back to logo_url as before.
Migration applied to staging (idempotent DDL).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(auth): wire the villkor and integritetspolicy footer links

Both auth pages shipped with href="#" placeholders. Villkor now points
at the platform terms on the marketing site (accounted.se/terms; the
terms are the platform's even on branded byra hosts) and
integritetspolicy at the in-app /privacy page, host-relative so it
resolves on every branded domain. Both open in a new tab so the auth
form state survives.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(settings): styled popup for the team role dropdowns

The byra team panel's role pickers (member rows + invite form) were
native selects, so the opened list rendered as the unstylable OS menu.
Swapped to the Radix Select with the popup styled like every other
overlay; the trigger keeps the flat quiet SettingsSelect look.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(email): branded sender shows the brand name alone, no via-platform

Byra invite mail read "Willem via Accounted" in the From display name.
The tier-2 fallback (brand on the platform address) now renders just the
brand name; the platform stays visible in the actual From address until
the brand verifies its own sender domain (tier 1, unchanged).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): byra landing applies to every team member, not only owners/admins

An invited byra consultant (role member) still landed in an auto-picked
client company after signup. The cockpit landing rules ("/" redirect,
brand-mark home link, and both no-company gates) now key on byra team
MEMBERSHIP instead of the owner/admin role: anyone with cockpit access
homes to /byra. Regular users unchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(email): branded team invite names the byra, not "ett team pa <platform>"

Subject, headline, body and text variant now read "Du har blivit
inbjuden till <Byra>" (brand casing kept) when the team has a brand.
Brandless teams keep the platform phrasing byte-identical.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): sidebar keeps cockpit mode after refresh on settings

The sidebar's cockpit/company decision on /settings/* rested on React
state remembering the surface underneath, which a hard reload wipes: a
byra user refreshing settings opened from the cockpit got the full
company nav and read it as landing in a client company. The ?ctx=byra
marker already in the URL survives reloads, so the sidebar now honors
it as the cockpit signal alongside the in-session memory.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): hide the active-company chip in byra-scoped settings

The full-page settings header (the hard-refresh fallback surface) showed
the ActiveCompanyBadge even under ?ctx=byra, so a byra user read the
auto-active client as "the company I am in". The chip now follows the
same byra-scope rule as the modal's kicker.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): tab guard no longer fires in the tab that initiated the switch

BroadcastChannel delivers the company-switch broadcast to every listener in
the same tab too, so the cockpit tab raised its own WL-09 "switched in
another tab" dialog over the hard navigation into the clicked client.
performCompanySwitch now marks the switch as self-initiated; CompanyTabSync
suppresses only the dialog for that observation (stray writes still get
their 409) and clears the marker on bfcache restore so back-navigation
regains the full guard.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(settings): styled popups for every settings dropdown

SettingsSelect rendered a native <select>, whose OS listbox cannot be
styled and clashes with the panel (same problem the team-panel role
dropdowns had). It now renders through Radix Select with the flat
dashed-underline trigger, keeping the native prop surface so all 13 call
sites work unchanged: value/defaultValue, onChange(e.target.value),
<option> children, and a hidden input that carries `name` into
SettingsFormWrapper's FormData read and raises the bubbling input event
its dirty tracking listens for. Empty-string option values map onto a
sentinel at the Radix boundary. The backup form's boxed fiscal-year
select moves to the shadcn Select with a placeholder.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): home-domain affinity redirect in middleware

Every signed-in user now homes on a domain: byra team members on their
brand's domain, everyone else on the platform app URL, except a byra's
client users, whose home is the byra domain their companies live under.
On any other product host the request redirects to the home domain's
root, where the user meets the RIGHT branded login (sessions are
per-domain by design). localhost, direct *.vercel.app hosts and IP
hosts are exempt; a 15-minute host-scoped cookie caches the "this is
home" verdict so the hot path costs zero extra queries; lookup failures
fail open. Complements the WL-01 signpost, which keeps handling
per-company homing inside a domain.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): render hero brand logo at 64px on auth pages

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): shareable invite link and re-send for byra team invites

A failed invite mail previously surfaced only as a toast description while
the invitation quietly waited for a mail that never arrived (the Arbore
case). The inviter now always has a recovery path:

- persistent share-link line after invite create/re-send: ochre attn line
with a copy action when the mail did not go out, quiet muted line with
the same action when it did
- POST /api/team/invite/[id] re-sends a pending invitation with a fresh
token and expiry (same byra-only owner/admin gates as DELETE)
- brand mail sending extracted to lib/email/send-team-invite.ts, shared
by create and re-send so the two paths cannot drift

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): sidebar shows uploaded brand logo alone, no app-name label

Byra logos usually carry their own name, so logo + text in the expanded
sidebar read as a duplicate (same founder call as BrandWordmark,
2026-08-05). The app-name label now renders only for branded hosts
without an uploaded logo.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): close the four skeptic refutations before merge

- trial seed: migration 130300 now carries the seven-key PAID body from
  20260818170000 plus the byra guard, instead of silently reverting it;
pg test pins the full key set against PAID_CAPABILITIES
- byra gate: new migration 130600 adds the owner/admin gate to
create_company_for_user (v1 API + MCP path), and both surfaces resolve
the default team personal-only, so a consultant's private company can
never attach to the byra team
- home-domain: byra staff who also have canonical-homed companies are no
longer redirected off the platform host; the signpost handles per-company
  homing (5 new middleware tests)
- settings selects: the Radix popup renders optgroup group headers again
  (ROT/RUT work-type picker)

* test(schema): re-baseline unresolvable-expression ceiling after #1954 catch-up merge

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): pg-real rollback-safe assertions and deep-link-preserving affinity redirect

The byra company-creation pg test asserted persisted rows through the pool
after withUserContext, which always rolls back its transaction; the
assertions now run inside the transaction after RESET ROLE. The home-domain
affinity redirect carries the original path and query across the domain hop
(PR Agent finding), so invite links and deep links survive the correction.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 8249fcab5e feat(mileage): suggest driving distance from the from/to addresses (#1778)
* feat(mileage): suggest driving distance from the from/to addresses

When both endpoints are typed in the trip form (create mode), a debounced
lookup geocodes them via Nominatim and fetches the driving distance via
OSRM, both proxied through /api/mileage/distance so addresses leave only
our server, without user identifiers. The suggestion renders as a
click-to-apply hint under the distance field, never auto-fills, and stays
fully editable. Tooltip shows what the geocoder matched.

In-instance caching (24h hits, 10min misses) plus 1.1s politeness spacing
keep usage inside the OSM public-endpoint policies. OSMF is disclosed as a
data recipient on the privacy page.

Requested by a beta user: first-time routes had to be measured by hand;
route memory (PR #1657) only helps from the second trip onward.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mileage): resolve skeptic findings on the distance suggestion

Compliance: routing switched from router.project-osrm.org (demo server,
non-commercial use only) to FOSSGIS's routing.openstreetmap.de; the lookup
is now click-triggered ("Foresla stracka") instead of as-you-type, per
Nominatim's no-autocomplete policy; visible OpenStreetMap attribution next
to the applied suggestion; privacy page reworked to name OSMF and FOSSGIS
e.V. as independent recipients outside the sub-processor table, with an
honest note that typed addresses can themselves be personal data.

Correctness: suggestion-cache key separator changed from '|' (collidable
by address text) to newline; routes rounding to 0.0 km are no longer
suggested (the form rejects 0); the Nominatim politeness queue is bounded
at 3s wait and bails to null instead of holding request handlers open.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mileage): resolve CodeRabbit findings on the distance suggestion

A generation counter invalidates in-flight lookups when the route or km
field changes or the dialog closes, so a slow response can never write an
old route's distance into a changed form. Privacy page now states each
recipient's actual payload (Nominatim gets address texts, FOSSGIS only
coordinates), discloses the 24h in-memory server cache, and carries
today's revision date.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 577552ca94 docs(privacy): name Anthropic in the Bedrock row, state replay deny-by-default, pin disclosures to code (#1766)
* docs(privacy): name Anthropic in the Bedrock row, state replay deny-by-default

A prospect compared our security claims with a stale published DPA that
listed Anthropic and OpenAI as US processors and read the privacy page's
bare AWS row next to 'delas inte med Anthropic' as a contradiction
(#1674). The in-repo pages were factually right but nothing pinned them
to the code, and the Bedrock row never said whose models run inside it.

- Sub-processor table: the AWS row now states the models are Anthropics
Claude, run entirely inside Amazon Bedrock (eu-north-1, Stockholm),
and that Anthropic is the model vendor, not a sub-processor, and
receives no data. Matches lib/ai/provider.ts: hosted inference is
AnthropicBedrock, default region eu-north-1; no OpenAI code path
  exists anywhere.
- PostHog row: the session-replay paragraph now states the
deny-by-default guarantee: masking is the default and cannot be
turned off, every input is masked with no exceptions, untagged new
UI over-masks rather than leaks. Matches instrumentation-client.ts
(maskAllInputs: true, maskTextSelector '*', no maskInputFn) and
  lib/analytics/replay-masking.ts.
- New source-content test locks the disclosures to the code so they
cannot drift apart silently: no OpenAI dependency or mention, region
claim equals the provider default, Anthropic named inside the Bedrock
row, DPA keeps /privacy as the single sub-processor list, replay
  config still deny-by-default.

The artifact the prospect actually read (published DPA PDF or marketing
security page) lives outside this repo and needs founder/legal action.

* fix(privacy): drop unverifiable underbitraede claim, state only code-provable facts

Adversarial review of the #1674 branch found two overstatements:

1. The Bedrock row asserted 'Anthropic, som ar modelleverantor men inte
underbitraede'. Whether Anthropic is a sub-processor of AWS is a
contractual matter between AWS and Anthropic and cannot be verified
from this repo, and the issue explicitly forbade invented legal
wording. The row now states only what the code shows: AI requests go
to Amazon Bedrock and the models used are Anthropics Claude models
running inside Bedrock. No claim about Anthropics sub-processor
status in either direction. The pre-existing footnote below the
table is untouched (identical to main).

2. The DECISIONS.md entry claimed 'no code path sends data to
Anthropic'. False as a global claim: lib/ai/provider.ts
createAiClient() builds a direct Anthropic API client when
AI_PROVIDER=anthropic or when ANTHROPIC_API_KEY is set without
static AWS keys (the documented self-hosted path), and the region is
   process.env.AWS_REGION || 'eu-north-1', a default rather than a
guarantee. The entry now says the hosted posture is Bedrock by
credential precedence, acknowledges the direct API path, and routes
the underbitraede question plus published DPA PDF / marketing page
   alignment to founder/legal.

The source-content test now pins the corrected row wording, asserts
the row contains no underbitraede verdict, and no longer cements the
removed sentence.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 f8db38f989 fix(analytics): mask session replays by default, chrome-only unmask (#1639)
* fix(analytics): mask session replays by default, chrome-only unmask

Invert PostHog session-replay masking from visible-by-default with pattern
masking to deny-by-default: every input value is masked wholesale (rrweb
maskAllInputs, no maskInputFn) and every text node is masked unless it sits
under data-ph-unmask chrome or a table column header (th). Chrome tags live
on the shared UI primitives (PageHeader, Label, Button except combobox
triggers, TabsTrigger, Badge, Card/Dialog/Sheet titles, tooltips, help
popovers, empty states, settings labels), and tagged chrome is still
pattern-scrubbed for amounts and person-/organisationsnummer. data-ph-mask
beats data-ph-unmask, so call sites that interpolate user data into chrome
stay masked; a very-thorough audit swept every unmasked primitive and each
found site got a call-site mask. Confirm-dialog wrappers and toasts stay
masked centrally: their copy describes user objects by design. Untagged new
UI over-masks instead of leaking. Privacy policy, RoPA and decision log
updated in the same change.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(analytics): tag detail-section chrome merged from main

The register-detail primitives landed on main after the replay-masking
audit ran: kickers and DefRow labels are static i18n chrome, values stay
masked.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(analytics): close skeptic and review findings on replay masking

Explicit data-ph tags now resolve before the th chrome fallback, so a th
nested inside a data-ph-mask container masks correctly (regression test
added). Seven missed text-leak sites get call-site masks: delete-invoice
and credit-page invoice numbers, IB-correction voucher reference, TIC
orgnr (served unnormalized, so the separator-based scrub cannot be relied
on), articles search-term empty state, dimension segment labels, and
activate-account buttons. The attribute channel is closed with rrweb's
blockClass: inputs whose placeholder carries an effective user value
(salary overrides, correction description, danger-zone confirms, credit
confirm) get ph-no-capture, removing the element from recordings while
the prefill UX stays intact; the pivot-th title attribute is dropped.
Privacy-policy effective date bumped to 2026-08-17.

314efe8b22 fix(design): stop synthesizing bold on Hedvig display headings (#1555)
* fix(design): stop synthesizing bold on Hedvig display headings

Hedvig Letters Serif ships weight 400 only, but the h1-h3 base rule
forced font-weight 500 and DialogTitle/SheetTitle stacked font-semibold
on top, so every display heading rendered browser-synthesized bold: the
smudged heavy look on dialog titles and page headings. Drop the base
rule to 400, remove the weight utilities from the title primitives, and
sweep the 41 files that hand-set font-medium/semibold/bold on serif

8f1b1fb5cd feat(ui): company monogram in user menu + mobile web touch polish (#1531)
* feat(ui): replace generic building icon with company monogram in user menu

The company row and switcher flyout in the sidebar user menu showed
lucide Building2 for every company. Render the company's initial in a
small rounded square instead (square = company, circle = person), so
each company gets a mark of its own.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mobile): touch behavior polish for the mobile web experience

- kill -webkit-tap-highlight-color flash; touch-action: manipulation on
interactive elements (no double-tap-to-zoom wait); user-select: none
on buttons (long-press no longer enters text selection)
- overscroll-behavior-y: contain on html/body: pull-to-refresh no longer
hijacks list scrolling, inner scrollers stop chaining to the document
(contain, not none, so iOS rubber-banding survives)
- 16px font-size floor for form fields on coarse pointers: iOS Safari
stops zooming into focused inputs; desktop keeps text-sm
- min-h-screen -> min-h-dvh everywhere: correct height under collapsing
mobile browser chrome, identical on desktop
- active: variants mirror hover: on Button: Tailwind 4 gates hover:
behind (hover: hover), so touch devices previously got zero pointer
  feedback
- theme-color now tracks the app: default was a leftover blue #304D83;
SSR emits white and ThemeColorSync mirrors the computed --background
into the meta tag across dark mode and palette switches

Hover-stuck-after-tap and viewport-fit/safe-area were already covered
(Tailwind 4 hover gating; existing viewportFit: cover + safe-area
utilities).

* chore(analytics): configure posthog session replay masking

Move session replay from the mask-everything default to pattern-based
masking in lib/analytics/replay-masking.ts: currency-shaped text,
person-/organisationsnummer (rendered and typed) and password inputs are
masked; other interface text and typed input is recorded for debugging.
data-ph-mask keeps force-masking tagged PII and data-ph-unmask is still

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 5 88099f5390 docs(privacy): state the two local values PostHog actually stores (#1242)
* docs(privacy): state the two local values PostHog actually stores

Verified in production after Support went live: PostHog's conversations
module writes ph_conv_<token> = {"widgetSessionId": uuid} to
localStorage at PAGE LOAD, before the user contacts support at all, and
it bypasses persistence: 'memory' exactly like surveys' seenSurvey_
flags do.

The privacy page claimed enkäter were the only thing stored locally.
That became wrong the moment Support was enabled, so it now names both
values and what they are for.

The substance is unchanged: both are functional UI state with no
personuppgifter (do-not-ask-again, and find-my-own-ticket in this
browser), no cookies are set, and no analytics data is stored on the
device, so the no-consent-banner position still holds. Only the claim
needed to match reality.

Lesson recorded in DECISIONS.md: enabling any new PostHog product can
silently add device storage, so check localStorage in prod after each
one rather than trusting the persistence setting.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(compliance): inventory the client-side storage keys

Closes the ISO 27001 A.5.9 finding from the compliance swarm on #1242:
the two device-side keys were described in prose but were not enumerated
anywhere that a future change would be checked against.

Lists both application keys and both PostHog keys, what each contains,
why neither PostHog key is personal data (which is what makes the
strictly-necessary assessment hold), and why purge-legacy-storage
deliberately leaves them alone.

Adds the review trigger that would have caught this earlier: enabling a
new PostHog product can silently add storage, because the products write
to localStorage directly rather than through the SDK persistence setting.
The Support product was found in prod, not in review.

* feat(cloud-backup): sync archives to Dropbox alongside Google Drive

Introduce a CloudStorageProvider interface so performSync builds the
archive set once and talks to storage only through it. Google Drive
keeps its existing behaviour; Dropbox is a second implementation, so
the compliance-relevant half (fingerprints, per-year layout, size
fallback, progressive persistence) cannot drift between targets.

Dropbox uses App folder access, matching the drive.file scope's "only
what the app created" guarantee. Uploads are single-shot under 8 MB and
chunked upload sessions above, every write verified against Dropbox's
content_hash. Call arguments are ASCII-escaped per UTF-16 code unit so
Swedish file names survive the Dropbox-API-Arg header.

Each provider owns its extension_data keys, schedule, failure counter
and alert throttle, so a dead Dropbox token cannot pause a healthy
Drive backup. The google_drive_* keys and the /oauth/callback path are
untouched: both are wire format for already-connected companies.

isConfigured() gates /connect only. A deployment that loses its OAuth
credentials must not trap users with a connection they cannot remove
or a schedule they cannot switch off.

Requires DROPBOX_APP_KEY and DROPBOX_APP_SECRET; the provider row
renders disabled without them. No migration: state is extension_data
JSON throughout.

* fix: remove merge-conflict markers committed in DECISIONS.md

The merge that brought main into this branch staged DECISIONS.md while
it still carried conflict markers, so cdc3a513 shipped an unresolved
hunk (compliance swarm ISO 27001 A.8.32).

DECISIONS.md is an append-only log, so both sides are kept: main's
systemdokumentation entry followed by this branch's Dropbox entries.
No decision was dropped.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 5 52ec3ce497 feat(support): open PostHog tickets from the existing support dialog (#1239)
Enables PostHog Support through the Direct API (posthog.conversations),
restoring the second channel Recapt used to provide, but as a real ticket
linked to the person and their session replay instead of a black hole.

The in-app WIDGET stays off on purpose. It is a third-party floating chat
bubble, which is exactly what Recapt was: it would sit next to the
Assistenten FAB (which already has a hide_assistant_fab preference
because users wanted it gone), cannot follow the locked design system,
and its copy is not ours to keep Swedish. The conversations API gives the
same tickets from components/ui/support-link.tsx, which is already
on-design, Swedish and reachable from 8 surfaces.

A ticket is explicitly NOT treated as delivery. submitFeedback returns ok
only when the Resend email actually went out, even if the ticket opened.
Recapt's precise failure mode was reporting success on its own channel
while /api/support/contact was dead, and nobody is watching PostHog at
02:00. Tests pin that: ticket-only is ok:false.

Identity verification uses posthog.setIdentity(distinctId, hash) at
runtime rather than the identity_distinct_id/identity_hash init options
PostHog's settings page documents. init runs from
instrumentation-client.ts app-wide, before the user is known and
including logged-out pages, and PostHog fixes init values for the
session. setIdentity is a real method on the SDK (verified typed in
posthog-js 1.407.3), so the hash applies from AnalyticsIdentify once the
dashboard layout knows who the user is. Without the key it is skipped and
tickets fall back to browser-scoped with email recovery, which is the
normal state off hosted.

POSTHOG_SECRET_API_KEY is server-only, no NEXT_PUBLIC_ prefix: it signs
identity hashes AND authenticates external API requests, so unlike the
phc_ project token it is a real credential. Only the derived per-user
HMAC crosses to the browser.

Compliance: support free text is declared as its own data category
(user.content.support) in .compliance/ropa.yaml and named on the privacy
page. Analytics events still carry no message body (the breadcrumb sends
only the subject); a ticket carries what the user wrote, because that is
the point. Keeping the purposes separate is what stops the privacy page
drifting the way the Recapt row did.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 5 248d98bd7e feat(analytics): remove Recapt, PostHog is now the only analytics (#1238)
* feat(analytics): remove Recapt, PostHog is now the only analytics

Recapt shuts down in days. Everything it did is covered by the PostHog
integration in the previous commit, so the SDK, its five modules and its
CSP hosts come out.

Deleted: RecaptLoader, RecaptHideWidget, RecaptIdentify, lib/recapt.ts,
types/recapt.d.ts. Unmounted from app/layout.tsx (the <script> in <head>
and the widget-hider) and from app/(dashboard)/layout.tsx. Both logout
handlers already call resetAnalyticsIdentity() and now only that.

The CSP gets strictly narrower: connect-src loses api.recapt.app and
cdn.recapt.app, script-src loses cdn.recapt.app, and nothing is added in
their place, because PostHog runs through the same-origin /rl rewrite.
Verified against the built routes-manifest.

Behaviour change worth calling out: lib/support/submit-feedback.ts is now
single-channel. Recapt used to accept the message through its own SDK, so
a failing /api/support/contact still reported success to the user. Email
is now the only delivery path and its failure is visible. That is the
right outcome, silently "succeeding" while the message reached nobody was
worse, and the Resend path is solid. A non-blocking
posthog.capture('support_feedback_submitted') keeps the useful half of
the old dual-channel behaviour by putting the submission on the user's
timeline next to the session replay; it carries no message body, since
free text is user content and would be PII in an event property. The six
Recapt-specific test cases are replaced with the email-only contract plus
coverage of the breadcrumb, the self-hosted skip, and a throwing SDK not
breaking delivery.

Compliance, which Recapt never had: the privacy page sub-processor row is
replaced (not just deleted) with an accurate PostHog row, and .compliance/
ropa.yaml gains a product.analytics activity. The old row also claimed
Recapt loaded "endast for inloggade anvandare", which was never true,
RecaptLoader sat in the root <head> on every page including logged-out
ones. The new row describes what actually happens.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(analytics): purge Recapt storage left on users' devices

Removing the Recapt <script> stops it writing anything new, but every
browser that already loaded the app keeps what it persisted. Observed on
production after #1237: localStorage still holds
`__recapt_record_engine`, and after this PR nothing would ever remove it,
because the helper that used to sweep on logout (lib/recapt.ts
clearRecaptIdentity) is deleted along with the SDK.

Inert data, but it is third-party storage from a processor the privacy
page now says we no longer use, and the whole point of the PostHog
config is that nothing is stored on the device. So clear it.

Matching is by substring rather than prefix on purpose: the old sweep
tested key.startsWith('recapt'), which never actually matched the real
key, since `__recapt_record_engine` starts with underscores. A test pins
that. The app's own keys (Accounted:chat-sidebar-collapsed,
gnubok.inbox.onboarding.dismissed) contain neither marker.

Runs unconditionally from instrumentation-client.ts, before the
analytics gate, so a browser gets cleaned even on a build where PostHog
is switched off. Iterates backwards because removeItem() re-indexes the
store and a forward loop would skip entries; both covered by tests, along
with private-mode throws and the server no-op.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Sonnet 5 ec27228a8e style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests,
and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than
house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon
for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal
ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for
paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by
hand together to keep sv/en in sync.

Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than
decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex,
charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE
encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the
agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and
a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte.

Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in
ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial
pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it
exists to verify.

Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27
SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes,
with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above.

Multi-agent scan of all 404 UI files against the locked design system, then
141 verified surgical fixes across 109 files (net -32 lines):

  bounce, hover:shadow on list items, transition-all -> transition-colors.
- Drop font-medium from single-weight Hedvig display headings/numerals.
- Replace raw rainbow Tailwind status colors with Badge variants / brand tokens /
neutral surfaces (achromatic chrome, semantic colors stay data-only).
- Route raw dates through formatDate(), hand-rolled currency through formatCurrency(),
  add tabular-nums to financial figures; text-gray-* -> text-foreground tokens.
- Swap hand-rolled skeletons for the Skeleton primitive; off-scale spacing -> token scale.
- Fix copy: mislabeled "Leverantörsfakturor" -> "Utgifter" on bank-import outflow total,

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.8 c74b19df1b Accounted rebrand + swarm-skill cleanup + bank-reconciliation fixes (#643)
* feat(reconciliation): close the bank-feed loop on voucher links and re-tag mis-typed opening balances

Two related fixes to bank reconciliation correctness:

1. Auto-reconcile on voucher link. Linking an invoice or supplier invoice to
an existing voucher previously advanced only the invoice — the bank
transaction that paid it kept sitting in the Transactions inbox with a null
   journal_entry_id. linkInvoiceToVoucher / linkSupplierInvoiceToVoucher now
   call autoReconcileTransactionForLinkedVoucher (lib/reconciliation), which
links the bank transaction to the same verifikat when exactly one unbooked
line matches it. Best-effort and post-commit: a failure here never fails the
link. The result surfaces reconciledTransactionId; the inbox row leaves the
list and the UI shows link_success_tx_reconciled.

2. Re-tag mis-typed opening balances. getReconciliationStatus and the GL-line
matching RPCs identify a cash account's ingående balans solely by
   journal_entries.source_type='opening_balance'. Companies migrated from other
systems often booked the bank IB as an ordinary voucher (source_type
'import' or 'manual'), so it was never excluded and surfaced as a phantom
reconciliation difference equal to the opening balance. Adds:
   - migration mark_entry_as_opening_balance: a GUC-gated carve-out in the
immutability trigger plus a SECURITY DEFINER RPC that validates the entry
(balance-sheet lines only, dated on a fiscal-period boundary), flips the
source_type, and writes an audit row — no blanket data sweep.
   - POST /api/reconciliation/bank/mark-opening-balance + MarkOpeningBalanceSchema.
   - BankReconciliationView action to trigger it from the IB diff.

The gnubok_create_voucher executor now accepts a typed is_opening_balance flag
and derives source_type='opening_balance' only after validating class 1/2 lines
on the period start, so new IBs land correctly typed.

Covered by lib/reconciliation auto-reconcile tests, voucher-executors tests,
and a mark-entry-as-opening-balance pg-real test.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore: rebrand gnubok → Accounted and prune swarm agent skills

Product rebrand and skills housekeeping. No runtime behaviour change.

Rebrand: replace user-visible "gnubok" with "Accounted" across docs, READMEs,
in-code comments, doc-site content, MCP skill/resource prose, and the
gnubok-mcp package description. The MCP resource URI scheme is moved gnubok://
→ Accounted:// consistently across resource registrations, the event-type
comment, and the resource/skill tests. Deliberately preserved as stable
identifiers (NOT rebranded): the gnubok-company-id cookie, gnubok_sk_ / gnubok_inv_
token prefixes, the gnubok-mcp npm bridge name, and the AGI <gem:Programnamn>
value (kept 'gnubok' per its source comment — it is the software identifier sent
to Skatteverket and must not churn across visual rebrands).

Skills: remove the 27 swarm-* agent SKILL.md atoms (no longer used; already
absent from the agent_atom_registry in prod), refresh the remaining skill docs,
add the .claude/rules/ path-scoped rule set, and regenerate the
seed_agent_atom_bodies migration + .skill-body-manifest.json via
`npm run skills:generate` so the DB-backed skill bodies match the trimmed set.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.8 b5c3c3ec04 fix(reconciliation): surface bank tx + match to existing verifikat, delete UX, DPA links (#623)
* fix(reconciliation): surface bank transactions via robust cash_account_id scoping

The per-account reconciliation scoping silently returned zero transactions for
companies whose rows were NULL or mis-assigned mid-backfill (e.g. Arcim: 138
transactions, 101 unbooked, yet Bankavstämning showed "0 kr" while the 1930 GL
movement and a large difference still displayed). Two causes, both fixed:

- scopeTransactionsToAccount used a fragile nested or(...,and(is.null,...))
PostgREST filter. Replace it with a flat, reliable
  `currency = X AND (cash_account_id = id OR cash_account_id IS NULL)` and share
the one implementation with /api/transactions so the status card and the lists
  can never drift.
- The original best-effort backfill only touched NULL rows and an earlier
  revision mis-assigned cash_account_id (the since-fixed min(uuid) bug), which
migrations cannot self-correct. Add an idempotent repair migration that
  re-seeds the default 1930 account and re-derives cash_account_id (correcting
non-NULL mis-assignments) for booked rows and single-account companies.

Also localise manualLink's user-facing errors to Swedish. Adds unit coverage for
the new filter shape and pg-real coverage for the repair (incl. the Arcim
single-account reproduction).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(transactions): match a bank transaction to an existing verifikat

Adds a "Matcha mot befintlig verifikation" action to the Transactions inbox so a
bank line that is already booked elsewhere (a salary run, a Fortnox/manual
voucher, an invoice paid from the invoice page) can be linked to that existing
verifikat with no new bokföring — the capability previously lived only in
Reports → Bankavstämning.

- Extract the searchable MatchVerifikationPicker into a shared client component.
- New MatchVoucherDialog: resolves the tx's cash account, fetches candidates
ranked server-side by reconciliation confidence, links via
/api/reconciliation/bank/link (so the link is undoable in Bankavstämning).
- unmatched-entries route gains an optional transaction_id that ranks candidates
(ranking stays server-side; the recon lib is not client-safe).
- Inbox row's overflow (⋯) menu gains the new action.

Also fixes the Bankavstämning view: editing the date no longer auto-reloads
(applies on Filtrera / account change only) and Datum till defaults to today.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(transactions): actionable Swedish errors when a bank tx cannot be deleted

The delete route returned a hardcoded English 409 that getErrorMessage mapped to
the misleading generic "En konflikt uppstod. Ladda om sidan...". Return
structured bilingual envelopes instead:

- TRANSACTION_DELETE_BOOKED (409) for a booked/linked row — steers the user to
unlink in Bankavstämning or storna the voucher.
- TRANSACTION_DELETE_HAS_AUDIT_TRAIL (409) for the real, common case where an
unbooked row carries payment_match_log rows: the cascade hits the
audit-immutability trigger (P0001), previously surfaced as a bare 500. Steers
the user to match-to-voucher or ignore instead.

Updates the DELETE test suite and adds the P0001 case.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(settings): surface DPA and privacy policy links

The /dpa page (personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal, GDPR Art. 28) was complete but
linked from nowhere. Add a "Sekretess och avtal" card on Inställningar → Konto
linking to /privacy and /dpa, and a reciprocal link to the DPA from the privacy
policy's sub-processor section. (The DPA already links back to /privacy.)

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(review): address PR #623 feedback

- unmatched-entries: when transaction_id is supplied but resolves to no row in
the caller's company, return an empty candidate list instead of silently
falling back to the full unranked list (Compliance Swarm V8.2.1, high).
- MatchVoucherDialog: preserve a manually-picked voucher when the candidate
list reloads (e.g. "Visa alla datum") instead of discarding it (Greptile P2).
- DELETE /api/transactions/[id]: return the 404 as the structured
  { error: { code, message, message_en } } envelope like the handler's other
errors, for a uniform contract (Greptile P2). Test updated.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bookkeeping): allow editing notes on a committed journal entry

Saving a note on a posted verifikation failed with "Committed entries are
immutable": enforce_journal_entry_immutability() had no posted→posted path, so a
notes-only UPDATE fell through to the final RAISE. `notes` is internal annotation
metadata (not verifikation content under BFL 5 kap. / BFNAR 2013:2), so add a
narrow carve-out that permits a notes-only change on a committed entry — verified
with a whole-row to_jsonb() diff so any other field change still raises, and only
when status is unchanged. Period-lock enforcement is unaffected.

CREATE OR REPLACE in a new migration (same pattern as
20260428160000_fix_journal_entry_immutability_delete_bypass); the migration-017
protections are extended, never weakened. Covered by a pg-real test asserting a
notes edit succeeds while amount/description/account edits still fail.

(Already applied to production; committing the file + test for repo consistency.)

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(sandbox): make pre-staged pending operations executor-complete

The seeded pending_operations existed only as display previews — approving them
failed because commit executors in lib/pending-operations/commit.ts validate
required fields on "Godkänn". Seed a backing invoice_inbox_items row and fill the
supplier-invoice and categorize params with every field the executors require
(inbox_item_id, full items array; real uncategorized transaction_id + category),
so the sandbox approval queue is actually approvable end to end.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.8 953980c875 Per-account bank reconciliation + overdue/inbox/privacy fixes (#619)
* feat(reconciliation): scope bank reconciliation per cash account via transactions.cash_account_id

A company with two same-currency cash accounts (e.g. checking 1930 + a
savings account) saw every SEK transaction on every account, and the
status card summed across both — reconciliation filtered transactions by
CURRENCY while filtering GL lines by ACCOUNT (issue #604).

Bind each bank transaction to the cash_accounts row it settled on:

- New nullable transactions.cash_account_id FK (ON DELETE SET NULL —
a bank transaction is räkenskapsinformation, BFL 7 kap, and must
  survive cash-account deletion) + a best-effort 4-pass backfill.
- All reconciliation/transaction queries scope to the selected account
with a NULL->currency fallback, so legacy/un-backfilled rows never
  disappear mid-backfill.
- ingestTransactions stamps cash_account_id from the batch's
settlementAccount; categorize + manualLink resolve and use it.
- Bank leg now books to the transaction's actual settlement account via
  applySettlementAccount (no-op for 1930), so interest/fees on a
savings/EUR account reconcile instead of mis-booking to 1930.
- manualLink cross-checks the transaction's account and requires a
voucher line on the selected account (no silent cross-account links).
- BankReconciliationView: quick-book menu for any settlement account,
in-flight request abort on account/date switch, 500-row truncation
  notice, per-account state reset.
- pg-real coverage for the FK, all backfill passes, account-scoped
  query isolation, and cross-company isolation.

* fix(supplier-invoices): stop marking paid invoices and credit notes as overdue

update_overdue_supplier_invoices() (the daily pg_cron job) flipped every
past-due 'registered'/'approved' row to 'overdue' without looking at the
outstanding balance. Credit notes — created 'registered', remaining 0,
due today — got flipped the next day, surfacing as "Förfallen" with
"kvar att betala 0 kr"; so did any fully-paid invoice left in
'registered'/'approved'.

Guard the cron on remaining_amount > 0.005 (the "fully paid" threshold
used by the payment/match paths) and is_credit_note = false, and backfill
the rows already mis-flagged (credit notes -> 'registered', paid ->
'paid' with paid_at stamped only when missing). pg-real coverage for the
guarded function and the one-off backfill.

* fix(invoice-inbox): refresh dokumentinkorg on realtime row changes

The InvoiceInboxWorkspace only refetched on mount and on explicit
in-component actions. When an inbox item was resolved out of band — the
in-app agent sheet committing a staged create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox
/ book-direct op, the /pending page approving one, or another tab booking
it — none of those paths called fetchItems(), so the booked underlag
stayed in "Att göra" until a manual reload (issue #600).

Add invoice_inbox_items to the supabase_realtime publication (mirrors the
/pending fix in 20260520120100) and subscribe in the workspace, refetching
the whole list on any change so derived status/counts/ordering stay
authoritative. RLS scopes the channel to the user's company. fetchItems
now preserves optimistic upload placeholders so a refetch firing
mid-upload can't drop an in-flight row.

* docs(privacy): disclose EU AI inference via Amazon Bedrock (eu-north-1)

Update the privacy policy and DPA to state that AI inference, when AI
features are enabled, runs inside the EU via Amazon Bedrock (eu-north-1,
Stockholm) using Anthropic's Claude models — no transfer to a third
country, prompts not retained after the call or used for model training.
Add AWS as a subprocessor row and refresh the "last updated" dates.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(migrations): rename invoice_inbox_realtime to avoid version collision

main's #617 shipped 20260605120000_transactions_original_description.sql —
the same version this branch used for the inbox-realtime publication. The
Supabase migration tracker keys on the numeric version, not the filename, so
the preview branch failed with a duplicate-key error on
supabase_migrations.schema_migrations (version 20260605120000 already
exists). Rename to the unique version 20260605120500; the body
(ALTER PUBLICATION) is order-independent.

* fix(reconciliation): align run guard with status; harden filter interpolation

Addresses PR review (greptile + compliance swarm):

- The v1 and core bank/run routes rejected an unknown account uniformly,
including the default '1930', while the status routes were lenient for
'1930'. A company reconciling its primary SEK account without a
cash_accounts row got 200 from status but 400 from run. Make run match
status: '1930' falls back to currency-only scoping (cashAccountId
undefined); non-default unknown accounts are still rejected. Adds a test.
- /api/transactions accepts a user-supplied `currency` query param that was
interpolated raw into a PostgREST .or() filter. Reject anything that isn't
a 3-letter ISO code — RLS already scopes to the company, but an
unsanitized value could otherwise malform/widen the filter. Assert
currency/cashAccountId shape in scopeTransactionsToAccount as well.
- categorize: log (instead of silently swallowing) a cash_accounts
  settlement-account lookup error, so a fall-back-to-1930 mis-booking is
  observable in the audit log.

* fix(migrations): correct backfill UPDATE..FROM join; idempotent realtime publication

Two SQL errors that only surface on real Postgres (CI pg-real + Supabase
preview) — the unit suite mocks Supabase, so neither was caught locally.

- Backfill pass (a): `UPDATE transactions t ... FROM journal_entry_lines jel
JOIN cash_accounts ca ON ca.company_id = t.company_id` referenced the UPDATE
target `t` inside the FROM join's ON clause, which Postgres rejects ("invalid
  reference to FROM-clause entry for table t"). Move the company match to WHERE;
the JOIN now relates jel<->ca only. Semantics unchanged.
- invoice_inbox_realtime: `ALTER PUBLICATION ... ADD TABLE` is not idempotent
(SQLSTATE 42710 if the table is already a member). The earlier
version-collision push partially applied it on the Supabase preview branch, so
the re-apply errored. Guard with a pg_publication_tables existence check.

Both statements validated against a real Postgres: the single-line tx binds, the
two-bank-line transfer stays NULL, and the publication add runs twice cleanly.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(migrations): backfill pass (c) uses array_agg, not min(uuid)

Postgres has no min() aggregate for uuid, so pass (c)'s min(id) raised
"function min(uuid) does not exist" on apply (CI pg-real + Supabase). The
HAVING count(*) = 1 already guarantees one row per group, so (array_agg(id))[1]
returns that single id.

Validated the full backfill (all four passes) and the overdue migration against
a real Postgres: every pass binds / falls through as intended, and the overdue
guard + backfill produce the right statuses.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(compliance): add RoPA entry for Amazon Bedrock AI inference (GDPR Art.30)

The privacy policy now discloses AI inference (transaction categorization +
document/receipt OCR) via Amazon Bedrock as a processing activity, but
.compliance/ropa.yaml had no matching Art.30 record. Add it: opt-in consent
basis, EU-region (eu-north-1) inference with no third-country transfer, prompts
not retained or used for model training. Mirrors the privacy-page disclosure
shipped in this PR.

Mattsson a9aff5a120 Bug/template and sandbox (#589)
* Enhance booking template functionality and add sandbox extraction checks

* Implement Recapt integration for feedback submission and user identification

* Add Recapt identification component and bank sync status chip; update crontab entries

* Update .gitignore to ignore the entire scripts directory

* Refactor Recapt integration: add loader component, update privacy policy, and enhance bank sync status messages

* Fix .gitignore to correctly ignore the scripts directory

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.7 a9b43ebeb7 Bug/vat selection warning (#583)
* refactor: update VAT handling logic for non-registered sellers and improve related comments

* chore: gate automated email flows behind 503 responses

Disables user-facing access to invoice payment reminders and salary
payslip email sending. Underlying lib code (reminder-processor,
PDF templates, notification_settings) is preserved for easy re-enable.

- Invoice reminders cron route returns 503; settings UI section removed.
- Payslip send route returns 503; original implementation kept as
  _sendPayslipsImpl for future re-enable.
- Push notifications were already extension-disabled, no change needed.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore: remove Recapt feedback widget

Strips the third-party Recapt SDK and its floating feedback bubble from
the app. The in-app contact form keeps working via the existing email
channel (/api/support/contact). Drops the Recapt entries from the CSP
and the subprocessor list in the privacy policy.

* feat: reject meaningless rättelser in correctEntry

Guard against zero-economic-effect corrections in the storno engine:
- Reject when proposed lines net to zero on every account (e.g. 1930
debit 100 / 1930 credit 100), which would erase the original posting
without representing any affärshändelse (BFL 5 kap. 5 §).
- Reject when proposed lines are an exact multiset match of the original
entry — a rättelse must actually change something.

New MeaninglessCorrectionError wired through bookkeepingErrorResponse
(HTTP 400) and the Swedish error translator.

* feat: add date-range picker to resultat- and balansrapport

Adds optional from/to date filtering to the four operational financial
reports (resultatrapport, balansrapport, income-statement, balance-sheet)
so users can view a month, quarter, or custom range inside a fiscal year
without leaving the report. Defaults to YTD; "Hela året" preserves the
prior full-period behaviour (URL-identical, cache-stable).

- trial-balance engine accepts optional fromDate/toDate, rolling prior
in-period activity into IB and clamping period activity to the window
- 12 API routes accept and validate from_date/to_date query params
- ReportDateRange chip picker persists preset per company, only renders
  on the four relevant tabs
- FiscalYearSelector now emits the period object so the range picker
has bounds without an extra fetch
- PDF/XLSX filenames reflect the chosen range
- Resultatrapport drops the prior-year column when narrowed (full-year
  vs partial-year would mislead)
- 11 new tests (engine + parser); all existing report tests pass

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat: add support for marking journal entries as "no document required"

- Introduced a new sidecar table `journal_entry_no_doc_required` to track entries that do not require separate documentation (e.g., bank fees, interest).
- Implemented API routes for creating and deleting exemptions, including validation and authorization checks.
- Added a toggle component in the UI to allow users to mark entries as exempt, with an optional reason.
- Updated relevant tests to cover the new functionality, including RLS checks and cascading deletes.
- Enhanced existing schemas and types to accommodate the new `vat_amount` field for supplier invoice items.

* fix: address PR review findings on no-doc-required + VAT changes

- pg-real cascade test wraps DELETE in gnubok.allow_delete='true' txn so the
immutability trigger bypass fires (mirrors delete_last_voucher RPC).
- Clamp supplier-invoice item vat_amount to <= line_total * vat_rate via Zod
refinement (with 1-öre rounding tolerance) so the manual override can't
inflate the 2641 debit beyond the statutory ceiling.
- groupVatByRate falls back to line_total * rate when stored vat_amount is 0
with a positive rate, so legacy/import paths leaving the column at its
NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 don't silently understate ruta 48.
- ReportDateRange todayIso() and preset endpoints use local date components
instead of toISOString() (UTC) — fixes the midnight-to-02:00 off-by-one
  that truncated a day from YTD / this-month / this-quarter for Swedish
  users.
- NoDocRequiredToggle restores the previous reason on failed POST/DELETE so
the rolled-back toggle state stays consistent with the rendered reason.
- Document the company-scoped (not user-scoped) DELETE authorization policy
  on the no-document-required route.

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.7 064fb7f7a9 Add/white label (#381)
* feat(branding): add BrandingService with default-preserving env layer

Introduce lib/branding/service.ts mirroring lib/email/service.ts. Defaults
match current gnubok values exactly, so production behaviour is unchanged
unless an env var (NEXT_PUBLIC_BRANDING_*, BRANDING_*) or extension override
(via registerBrandingService) is set.

Resolution order: defaults < env vars < extension override.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route root layout, manifest, and PWA assets through branding service

- app/layout.tsx now reads title, description, themeColor, and apple-touch-icon
from getBranding() instead of hardcoded values.
- public/manifest.json replaced by dynamic app/manifest.ts so PWA name,
  short_name, description, theme_color, background_color, and icon paths
  are resolved at request time.

The manifest now serves at /manifest.webmanifest (Next.js convention for
the metadata file route). The previous /manifest.json URL is no longer
populated; nothing in core references it after this commit.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route email service and templates through branding service

- resend-service.ts: From line uses getBranding().appName instead of
hardcoded "Gnubok" in both the with-fromName and bare cases.
- invite-templates.ts: subject, HTML header, body, plain text, and the
team-invite variants all read from branding (sentence case in prose,
uppercased for the styled <p> header).
- consent-notification-templates.ts: signature fallback (companyName ||
branding) for both HTML and plain text variants.

Defaults preserve the exact current strings ("Gnubok", "GNUBOK", "gnubok"
in their respective contexts) so no email content changes for production.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route OAuth consent page through branding service

The MCP OAuth consent page rendered for Claude Desktop / Claude.ai
connector flows now reads the app name from getBranding() for both the
HTML <title> and the body copy. Default still produces "gnubok" in
lowercase prose, matching current behaviour.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): route auth, dashboard, and onboarding text through branding service

Replace user-visible "gnubok" / "Gnubok" references with calls to
getBranding(). Touches:

- Auth pages (login, register, mfa/enroll): logo src/alt, MFA TOTP
  friendlyName.
- Onboarding (companies/new, invite, sandbox, WelcomeOnboarding,
  Step2CompanyDetails, NewUserChecklist, BankIdCompanyPicker,
  ArcimMigrationWorkspace): logo, headings, error/help text.
- Dashboard fallback (companyName="gnubok") and settings (backup copy,
ApiKeysPanel MCP connector name + login note, CompanyDangerZone,
  retention-notice).
- API routes (support contact subject prefix, enable-banking consent
email companyName fallback, AI inbox receipt-request appUrl,
  pain001 messageId prefix).
- MCP server "open the gnubok web app" review message.
- Salary/reports filings (AGI Programnamn, KU10 Programnamn,
payslip footer, full-archive system metadata, SRU #PROGRAM line).

Internal identifiers (cookie names gnubok-company-id /
gnubok-invite-token, API key prefix gnubok_sk_, invite token prefix
gnubok_inv_, MCP tool names, npm package gnubok-mcp, GNUBOK_API_KEY
env name) are deliberately left unchanged — they're stable contracts
that whitelabels must not break.

Defaults match current behaviour exactly.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(branding): support legal page field-level swaps for entity and contact

Privacy and DPA pages now interpolate appName, legalEntity, and
privacyEmail from the branding service instead of hardcoding "Gnubok",
"Arcim", and "privacy@gnubok.se". Page metadata uses generateMetadata()
so titles also reflect the brand.

lib/support.ts now falls back to getBranding().supportEmail when
SUPPORT_RECIPIENT_EMAIL is unset, so a single BRANDING_SUPPORT_EMAIL
env var configures both the support form recipient and the displayed
support address.

Whitelabels with a different legal jurisdiction or entirely different
DPA text should override the page route from an extension. Phase 1
intentionally only supports field-level swaps.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(branding): add WHITELABEL.md and example branding extension

WHITELABEL.md: fork checklist, env var reference, the "do not change"
list (cookies, API key prefixes, invite token prefixes, MCP tool names,
gnubok-mcp npm package, GNUBOK_API_KEY env name), out-of-scope items,
the upstream sync workflow YAML to copy into a fork, conflict avoidance
guidance, and a verification checklist.

extensions/general/_example-branding/: copy-paste starter extension with
index.ts (commented placeholder values for registerBrandingService),
manifest.json, and README.md. Disabled by default (not added to
extensions.config.json); whitelabels cp the folder, edit, and enable.

sectors.test.ts: bumped expected extension count 12 -> 13 to account
for the new starter extension on disk. The generated registry is
unchanged because the example is disabled.

The sync workflow YAML is documented inline in WHITELABEL.md rather
than checked in as a workflow file. It's only meaningful in a fork --
gnubok itself has nothing to sync from.

* fix(branding): address PR review — lazy support email + escape brand in HTML/XML

Three issues from code review:

P1 — lib/support.ts: SUPPORT_RECIPIENT_EMAIL was a module-level const,
evaluated at import time before extensions register branding overrides
via ensureInitialized(). Convert to getSupportRecipientEmail() lazy
accessor; update the only caller in app/api/support/contact/route.ts.
Extension-supplied supportEmail values now route correctly.

P2 — app/api/mcp-oauth/authorize/route.ts: appName was interpolated
into the consent page HTML without escapeHtml(), inconsistent with
the existing escaping of companyName. Wrap appName.toLowerCase() in
escapeHtml() at use sites in <title> and the body paragraph.

P2 — lib/salary/agi/xml-generator.ts and lib/salary/ku/ku10-generator.ts:
appName placed inside <gem:Programnamn> / <Programnamn> XML elements
without escapeXml(), the helper already used for other admin-controlled
fields in the same files. Wrap accordingly to prevent malformed XML if
a brand name contains XML reserved characters.

All admin-controlled inputs only — no user-exploitable path. Defense in
depth, not a known incident.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(branding): security follow-up — lazy metadata, SRU/email header sanitization

Self-audit after the PR review surfaced four more concerns. Fixes them
with the same defense-in-depth posture as the prior review fixes.

1. app/layout.tsx — same eager-evaluation class as P1 support.ts. The
   module-level `const branding = getBranding()` froze branding before
extensions registered, so extension-based overrides for title,
description, themeColor, and apple-touch-icon silently never applied.
   - Convert to generateMetadata() / generateViewport() (lazy, run per
     request, see extension-registered overrides).
   - Inline getBranding() inside RootLayout for the apple-touch-icon
href so it picks up overrides too.
   - Add ensureInitialized() at module level so extensions are loaded
before the first metadata call. Mirrors the API route pattern.

2. app/manifest.ts — same class. The dynamic manifest function reads
getBranding() per request, but if the manifest is requested before
any other module has triggered ensureInitialized(), extensions are
still unloaded. Add ensureInitialized() at module level.

3. lib/reports/ink2/sru-generator.ts — appName interpolated into the
SRU `#PROGRAM` directive without sanitization. SRU's reserved char
is `#` (directive marker) and CRLF injects new directives. Wrap in
the existing sanitizeString() helper to match the pattern used for
other admin-controlled fields in this file (#NAMN, #ADRESS, etc.).

4. extensions/general/email/lib/resend-service.ts — appName and the
user-controlled fromName both flow into the From header. Resend's
API does its own validation, but defense in depth: strip CRLF and
angle brackets via a small sanitizeHeaderPart() helper before
   building the header string. fromName was a pre-existing surface;
appName is new with this whitelabel work.

All four are admin-controlled inputs (env vars or extension code),
not user-exploitable. No known incidents — defense in depth, and
correctness for extension-based whitelabels.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.6 d0b3f21bde feat: remove AI extensions, restructure settings, and add atomic voucher commits (#157)
Remove AI-dependent extensions (ai-chat, ai-categorization, receipt-ocr,
invoice-inbox) and their infrastructure (lib/ai/*, ai-consent, LangChain/
Anthropic/OpenAI deps) to simplify core and reduce bundle size.

Restructure monolithic settings page into dedicated sub-pages (company,
bookkeeping, invoicing, tax, banking, api, account, team, templates) with
shared layout and sidebar navigation.

Add atomic commit_journal_entry RPC so voucher number increment and status
update happen in a single transaction — prevents burned numbers on constraint
failures. Add continuity check report and voucher gap explanation tracking.
