feat(salary): update_salary_run MCP tool and editable draft payment date (#2041)
* feat(salary): update_salary_run MCP tool and editable draft payment date payment_date drives the booking entry date but was only editable via the v1 PATCH. Close the gap on both remaining surfaces: - New staged MCP write tool gnubok_update_salary_run (search-only catalog; tools/list budget is at zero headroom) accepting the exact v1 PATCH field set: payment_date, voucher_series, notes. Draft-only with the same optimistic lock semantics, via a new shared service lib/salary/update-run.ts used by both the staging preflight and the commit executor. - Run header UI: payment date on a draft run is now an inline date input (prefilled, committed on blur/Enter, snaps back on failure), saved through the existing internal PATCH. Read-only once not draft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): op-type migration, calc invalidation on date change, scanner compliance Consolidated CI + review fix pass for #2041: - pg-real: add 'update_salary_run' to pending_operations_operation_type_check (wholesale re-create, NOT VALID + VALIDATE pair, mirroring 20260828160000/1). - Swedish accounting review: a payment_date change on a draft run now clears every roster row's calculation_breakdown (shared service and internal PATCH alike), so both book preflights refuse the run until a recalculation has run against the new date; skatteavdrag and the AGI redovisningsperiod follow the payment month. Staging preview exposes invalidates_calculation and the next hint states the clearing. - no-phantom-columns: literal select strings in update-run.ts; ceiling +1 with a documented reason for the inherent patch-shaped UPDATE payload. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): close skeptic findings on payment_date editing Skeptic round 1 refuted two paths; both closed: - Retry idempotency (correctness): the calculation_breakdown clear was gated on new-date-differs-from-stored, so a retry after a partial failure (header committed, clear failed) compared against the already updated date and skipped the clear forever, leaving a stale calculation bookable. The clear is now gated on payment_date being SUPPLIED, on all three surfaces (shared service, internal PATCH, v1 PATCH: the v1 route previously had no clear at all and bypassed the invariant). - Kontantprincipen (compliance): AGI derives its redovisningsperiod from period_year/period_month while the verifikat books on payment_date, so a cross-month payment_date change could book salary in one month and declare it in another. All three edit surfaces now refuse a payment_date outside the run's period month with the new structured error SALARY_RUN_PAYMENT_DATE_OUTSIDE_PERIOD; the UI date input is min/max-bounded to the period month. - The internal PATCH update is now optimistic-locked on status='draft' (races return 400 instead of silently writing), matching the v1 PATCH and the shared service, and the clear cannot fire for a run that left draft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): carry book_skattekonto op types through the constraint re-create The sibling migration 20260830130000 (merged from main) re-created pending_operations_operation_type_check with book_skattekonto_row and book_skattekonto_rows. This branch's 20260830150000 sorts after it and re-creates the constraint wholesale, so its list must be that migration's superset or the two values would be silently revoked at apply time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): value-validate internal PATCH and grandfather out-of-period dates Two skeptic follow-ups: - The internal PATCH now validates values, not just keys: JSON body must be an object, payment_date must be ISO (shared ISO_DATE_RE), voucher_series a single A-Z letter, notes a string of max 2000 chars or null: the same rules as the v1 UpdateSalaryRunSchema, so nothing unvalidated can reach the DB through the whitelist. - Creation does not (yet) couple payment_date to the period month, so a legally created out-of-period date must stay correctable. All three edit surfaces now allow day adjustments within the run's CURRENT payment month as well as the period month (grandfather clause); no move can introduce a new wrong month. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): resolve migration version collision with delete_draft_invoice Main's delete_draft_invoice PR landed on the same 20260830150000/150001 versions and also re-creates pending_operations_operation_type_check. Rename this branch's pair to 20260830160000/160001 (applies last) and carry delete_draft_invoice through the wholesale re-create so nothing is silently revoked. Final list = sibling's list + update_salary_run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * docs(salary): regenerate accounted-api skill for the new PATCH pitfalls apiskill:check byte-compares the generated skill against the registry; the two pitfalls added to the v1 salary-runs PATCH endpoint made references/salary-runs.md stale and failed Core Build. fix(payroll): expose jämkning percentage and validity on the employee tax form (#1988)
* fix(payroll): expose jämkning percentage and validity on the employee tax form (#1913) An employee with a Skatteverket jämkning decision could not have the adjusted withholding percentage set anywhere in the app: model, API and engine supported jamkning_percentage / jamkning_valid_from / jamkning_valid_to end to end, but EmployeeTaxCard never exposed them. - EmployeeTaxCard: percentage input plus required from/to dates in the A-skatt branch; null (= clear the beslut) when emptied or when no table applies, mirroring tax_table_number. Both dates are required because isJamkningValid only applies a beslut when both are set. - Edit page: PATCH body sends the three fields as explicit values (guarded on the card having reported), card initial seeded from the employee, read-only Jämkning row in the tax section. - NewEmployeeDialog: initial tax state and POST body carry the fields. - Legacy PATCH /api/salary/employees/[id]: merged-state jämkning check (start date required, dates ordered), same rule and messages as v1 and employee-commands, gated on the PATCH touching a jamkning key. - lib/api/schemas.ts: truthful comment on the engine's both-dates gate. - i18n: salary_employee.tax_jamkning_* in sv and en. - Tests on the legacy PATCH route (400 x4, 200 x3) and the POST route. The engine is deliberately untouched; the API/MCP contract (valid_to optional) stays as is, follow-up filed in the PR body. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01FkUfWtuFCUkNtRAgMQCse2 * fix(payroll): jämkning keys reach the employee PATCH only when visible and edited (#1913) Review findings on #1988: the card reported null for the three jämkning fields whenever its inputs were hidden (sidoinkomst, F-skatt, FA-skatt, ej verifierad) and the edit page forwarded those nulls, so toggling sidoinkomst or fixing a phone number on an FA-skatt employee silently wiped a stored beslut (which the engine still applies for FA-skatt). The two date inputs were also natively required whenever a percentage was present, so a beslut stored via the API/MCP without valid_to (allowed by the schema) blocked the whole form on unrelated edits. - lib/salary/jamkning-patch.ts (new): isJamkningEditable() and jamkningPatch(); the keys are spread into the PATCH body with explicit values (null = clear) only when the inputs were visible and edited, otherwise omitted like every other sparse field. - EmployeeTaxCard: jamkning_touched flag on EmployeeTaxValue, set by the three handlers; required on both dates gated on it; non-blocking hint (tax_jamkning_incomplete_hint, sv + en) on a seeded beslut missing a date. - Edit page spreads jamkningPatch(tax); NewEmployeeDialog initial state carries the flag. - Tests: lib/salary/__tests__/jamkning-patch.test.ts (keys omitted for sidoinkomst / f_skatt / fa_skatt / not_verified / untouched seeded row, explicit nulls when cleared, spread shape). - DECISIONS.md: one line. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01FkUfWtuFCUkNtRAgMQCse2 * test(payroll): type the insert mock's payload so the typecheck ratchet accepts the jamkning tests vi.fn(() => ...) infers an empty parameter tuple, so insert.mock.calls[0][0] failed TS2493 under the new check:types gate (#1980) on CI. Declaring the payload parameter keeps the assertions and makes the tuple indexable. feat(ux): one silhouette from route fallback to detail content (#1944)
Opening a row on the customers, invoices, verifikat, supplier-invoice, supplier, article and salary-run lists flashed three unrelated layouts: the segment's list-shaped loading.tsx (or, for suppliers and articles, the Hem-shaped dashboard fallback) during the RSC round trip, then the client page's bare centred spinner in an h-64 box while it fetched, then the content with a full layout change. Two flashes per click on the most travelled drill-down path. - components/common/DetailPageSkeleton.tsx: back link + title row + card grid + line block, the silhouette of a document/register detail page; InvoiceEditorSkeleton for the editor routes (same shape the Ny faktura dialog shows while its chunk loads). - loading.tsx for every [id] segment (customers, invoices, invoices/edit, invoices/credit, bookkeeping, supplier-invoices, suppliers, articles, salary/runs) and for the two list segments that had none (suppliers, articles, cloned from customers/loading.tsx). - The client pages render the same skeleton while they fetch instead of the centred Loader2, so the RSC fallback to client fallback handoff is invisible. The reference-data gates are already gone (A1 to A6); this only covers the primary-entity fetch. - app/(dashboard)/__tests__/detail-loading-states.test.ts pins both. perf(reference-data): sweep the remaining raw reads onto the session cache, ratchet to 0 (#1941)
Final consumer migration of the responsiveness plan: the 35 files still fetching fiscal periods, settings, accounts, cash accounts, dimensions or templates on their own now read lib/reference-data, and every client write site invalidates the shared cache instead of refetching locally. Settings and registries: FiscalYearsManager, FiscalPeriodEditor (period snapshotted once per company so a revalidation cannot reset dates being edited), BookingTemplatesPanel, ChartOfAccounts, ChartOfAccountsManager, EditAccountDialog, CorrectionEntryDialog, StrikeLinesDialog, InvoicePaymentAccountsSettings; the dimensions registry (DimensionsManager, DimensionCombobox, LineDimensionFields, DimensionFilter, bookkeeping/[id]) reads useDimensions and the ad-hoc fetchDimensions/fetchDimensionsCached helpers are deleted. Pages and pickers: CashAccountSelector (FyPicker-shaped restore, once per company load), use-account-names, FiscalYearGapNotice, OpeningBalancePeriodStep, BankFileConfirmStep, ImportReviewStep, the import page (invalidates accounts + periods after a SIE execute), customers list, invoices list + detail, pending, salary employee, asset dispose, year-end and periodisering pages (invalidate periods after closing), reports DimensionPnlView (its pivot picker read the wrong payload key and was always empty; it now populates), SkatteverketPanel, TemplatePicker, ArticleForm (vat_registered). Invoice dialogs and extensions: SendInvoiceDialog, PaymentBookingDialog (init reduced to the credit-note lookup + catalogue, proposal and voucher preview fire on open when cached; a local getSession replaces the network getUser for the fallback CC), InvoiceInboxWorkspace, TicWorkspace, ArcimMigrationWorkspace (invalidates after each SIE import step), enable-banking AccountPickerDialog. raw-reference-fetch ratchet: 35 -> 0 files. perf(forms): supplier-invoice form, register forms and review dialogs read the session cache (#1938)
The supplier-invoice editor issued four requests on every mount (suppliers, accounts, settings, fiscal periods) and defaulted vatRegistered=true, entity type and rounding until /api/settings landed, so the moms controls visibly flipped. The register forms fetched the whole chart of accounts to fill one konto combobox, and each transaction review dialog refetched accounts, cash accounts or settings per open. - use-supplier-invoice-data: thin composition of useSuppliers, useAccounts, useCompanySettings and useFiscalPeriods; the settings-driven gates come from a pure deriveSupplierInvoiceDefaults() (tested) instead of state that flips when the fetch returns; the per-invoice öresavrundning toggle is the one local override. Inline supplier create invalidates the shared list instead of patching local state. - SupplierForm, ArticleForm (posting accounts), QuickReviewDialog, InvoiceMatchDialog, supplier-invoices/[id] (payment dialog chart): useAccounts; ArticleForm's inline account create invalidates the chart. - BulkBookDialog, MatchVoucherDialog, DuplicateBookingDialog: cash accounts from useCashAccounts (resolveAccount over the cached list; an empty list still resolves to 1930 with the fallback note). - QuickReviewDialog, BulkBookDialog, NewEmployeeDialog, customers list (default payment terms), salary run page (payment format, bank, IBAN, dimensions): derived from useCompanySettings; the salary page's post-settings-modal refetch becomes a cache invalidation. raw-reference-fetch ratchet: 45 -> 35 files. feat(salary): skattekonto payment file as ISO 20022 pain.001 (#1845)
The tax payment file (skatt + arbetsgivaravgifter to Skatteverket BG 5050-1055) was Bankgirot LB only; banks that take pain.001 for salary, like SEB via file communication agreements, refuse the LB .txt. The route now accepts ?format=pain001 and generates the payment through the supplier-payment pain.001 generator, whose Swedish giro dialect (BG payee + SCOR OCR, Validex-validated) is exactly this payment shape. The TaxPaymentPanel gets the same format selector as the salary PaymentFilePanel, seeded from company_settings.preferred_payment_format, with the missing-sender warning per format (bankgiro for LB, IBAN for pain.001). A migration widens the tax_payment_file_format CHECK to admit 'pain001'; bg_lb stays the default for old clients. refactor(ui): record detail pages as documents, not card piles (#1739)
Bring every record detail page onto the register-detail document grammar from #1624 (DetailSection/DefRow, one status element per the list pages' chips-mark-exceptions rule, one primary next step plus Förhandsgranska visible and everything else behind a ⋯ overflow menu, line tables on the dry-table idiom with the headline total in the serif): - invoices/[id] (11 cards, 13-button toolbar): Kund | Detaljer rows, Fakturarader table + totals, Anteckningar, Betalning, Påminnelser, Utskickshistorik (InvoiceDeliveryHistory flattened); title carries the doc type, related documents become link rows - supplier-invoices/[id], bookkeeping/[id] (serif title instead of font-mono, JournalEntryAttachments variant="section", CorrectionChain flattened), invoices/[id]/credit, assets/[id]/dispose (form as Fönster rows), salary employees/[id] (edit form behind Redigera in a dialog, Ingående saldon collapsed), salary runs/[id] + run panels (Betalfil, Skattebetalning, AGI, förmåner, override) and the payslip page - DetailSection gains an optional help slot (convention 7) Styling/structure only: no API, fetch, validation, state, dialog or permission change; every action stays reachable. fix(salary): show the sysselsättningsgrad product next to the run salary input (#1702)
A Discord report had a 10 % employee: typing 4 531 in the run gave a 453,10 kr gross, so the user typed 45 310 to get it right. The engine was correct (grundlön = månadslön × sysselsättningsgrad / 100) but nothing on the row said so; the formula only lived in Beräkningsdetaljer. Below 100 % the row now prints "× 10 % = 4 531 kr" under the monthly salary (input and read-only shapes), and both employee forms explain under Sysselsättningsgrad that the base salary is monthly salary × degree. fix(salary): surface missing sender bankgiro/IBAN before betalfil download (#1640)
* fix(salary): surface missing sender bankgiro/IBAN before betalfil download Users see a bankgiro under BANKUPPGIFTER in settings (Bolagsverket snapshot, display only) while the payment-file routes read company_settings.bankgiro, so the LB download failed with an error that pointed at a page that looked correct. 153 companies have a registry bankgiro but an empty settings field. - PaymentFilePanel warns up front when the sender bankgiro (bg_lb) or IBAN (pain001) is missing, linking to Installningar -> Fakturering - betalkonton form offers a one-click prefill of the bankgiro from companies.tic_snapshot (Luhn-validated, user still saves) - bg-lb and skattekonto payment-file error copy now names the exact place to fix instead of 'foretagsinstallningar' Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): harden bankgiro prefill and warning per skeptic review - bankgiroFromTicSnapshot now requires the snapshot's orgNumber to match companies.org_number before suggesting anything: stale fuzzy-matched snapshots can hold another entity's profile, and this field becomes the payee account on invoices and Peppol e-invoices - salary run page refetches settings when the URL returns from the intercepting settings modal, so a bankgiro/IBAN saved there clears the missing-sender warning instead of leaving it stale Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(salary): one save per surface on the employee form (#1623)
* fix(salary): one save per surface on the employee form The employee edit page stacked two competing saves: the opening-balances Card ended in "Spara ingaende saldon" and the page ended in "Spara andringar" 80px below, with no visible boundary between their scopes. Worse, both self-saving panels lived INSIDE the page <form> and shadcn Button sets no default type, so every panel button (save opening balances, add/remove benefit) implicitly submitted the outer form too, firing the full employee PATCH alongside the panel's own request. Restructure so each surface owns exactly one save: - The employee <form> now closes right after the Bank card, with Avbryt + "Spara andringar" directly under the fields it actually saves. - Formaner and Ingaende saldon move below the form into a "Sparas separat" section (uppercase kicker + one-line scope hint) so the page save structurally cannot include them and their buttons can no longer leak submits into the employee form. - OpeningBalancesPanel becomes its own <form>: Enter saves the panel, and the save button enables only when its fields are actually dirty (fingerprint of loaded values, reset on successful save). - EmployeeBenefitsPanel buttons get explicit type="button". New strings in both messages/sv.json and messages/en.json. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): release the loading skeleton when the balances fetch fails CodeRabbit on #1623: a rejected fetch or JSON parse skipped the setLoading(false) line, holding the skeleton forever. The load now wraps in try/finally; a failed load falls back to the empty form. refactor(design): lock the border-radius ladder, one radius per role (#1607)
Seven radii were in circulation (4/5/6/8/12/16px + pill) with no rule for which went where; one toolbar row on /transactions mixed four shape languages. This locks a 4-tier ladder (design.md convention 16): - pill: interactive toolbar controls (buttons, chips, pickers, segmented controls, toolbar search, count nubs) - rounded-xl (12px): overlay tier: page panel, dialogs, slide-overs - rounded-lg (8px): cards, form fields, popover/menu content, boxes - rounded-sm (4px): nested leaves (menu items, checkboxes, kbd/code nubs) Changes: - New SegmentedControl primitive (pill-in-pill tablist, h-8) replaces the hand-rolled bg-muted/70 tablist copied across 11 files - New ToolbarSearch primitive (pill, h-8) adopted on 9 page toolbars; dialog/picker searches keep the rounded-lg Input - dialog.tsx 8px -> 12px, matching SettingsModal/slide-over/CommandPalette - ContextPicker chips at the shared h-8 toolbar height - ~300 rounded-md / bare rounded call sites remapped by role; auth icon tiles and the mobile nav sheet come down from 16px to 12px - rounded-md, bare rounded, rounded-2xl and rounded-[Npx] are dead vocabulary, enforced by a new off-ladder-radius check in check:guards Verified: lint 0 errors, 14422 unit tests pass, check:guards green, tsc clean on all changed files, sandbox screenshots of transactions/ bookkeeping/granskning toolbars and the Ny verifikation dialog. fix(salary): declare, book and pay AGI in whole kronor (SKV per-sats computation) (#1611)
* fix(salary): declare, book and pay AGI in whole kronor (SKV per-sats computation) A user's first lönekörning surfaced öre amounts in the AGI payable while Skatteverket deals in whole kronor. Three connected defects: - the AGI XML rounded amounts (Math.round); öretal bortfaller (SFF 2011:1261 22 kap. 1 §) requires truncation, and FK487 must be Skatteverket's own per-sats computation on the whole-krona underlag sums (IK587, kontroll B_006), not a truncation of the öre-exact engine sum - the salary booking credited 2731 with exact öre, leaving a residual after the whole-krona skattekonto draw; 2731 now carries the declared amount with the remainder on 3740 (Öres- och kronutjämning) - the LB payment file and TaxPaymentPanel paid/showed öre; they now use the declared whole-krona totals stored on agi_declarations (which also lets skattekonto auto-settlement match the draw); legacy öre rows keep paying öre-exact so pre-deploy bookings still clear 2731 New lib/salary/declared-avgifter.ts implements the SKV computation (per-IU whole-krona underlag, per-sats sums, youth/växa cap splits, exact integer math) shared by the AGI generator, the booking split and the preview. Review overrides route all legs through the same per-category truncation; basis overrides are inert on money totals (they never reach the filed IUs); the v1 book route gains override parity with book-run; F-skatt rows ignore avgifter overrides on every surface. Booked runs show their posted verifikat instead of a recomputed projection. tax_withheld_override requires whole kronor. Adversarially verified over three /skeptic rounds. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: merge origin/main and re-ratchet the öre-round baseline The merge brought #1609 (net-pay öresavrundning) whose two new Math.round(x*100)/100 occurrences are counted against the baseline this branch had tightened from 637 to 629; 631 keeps the net -6 improvement without policing already-merged code. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): address PR review (hybrid override computation, legacy youth cap, robustness) CodeRabbit round on #1611, all findings in one pass: - computeDeclaredAvgifterWithOverrides: one shared hybrid for the AGI generator AND the booking split. Overridden rows contribute their manual amounts per category; colleagues keep the SKV-exact per-sats underlag computation (a FoU override on one employee no longer costs the rest of the roster kronor of declared accuracy) - youth cap keys on the RESOLVED category so legacy null-category rows classified as youth by the rate heuristic still get the 25k split - F-skatt rows zero their avgifter_basis on both booking surfaces and in the preview, matching the AGI's isFSkattRow invariant - preview route: posted-voucher lookup errors return 500 instead of masquerading as a booked run with no vouchers; 400/500 tests added - run page clears stale AGI totals when the tax-payment fetch fails - SalaryOverridePanel truncates the tax override to whole kronor so the schema's .int() cannot bounce a decimal input with a 400 - v1 book route override parity pinned by a lifecycle test - DECISIONS.md format fixes + superseded entry marked; exempt category mapped explicitly; unified truncation-drift band with rationale Declined (recorded): dating the decision entries 2026-08-13 (bot assumed UTC; the decisions were made after midnight local time). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): round-2 review nits (shared F-skatt helper, test hygiene) - isFSkattStatus in declared-avgifter.ts: single source for the F-skatt exclusion, consumed by book-run, the v1 book route, the preview route and the AGI generator, per the Swedish review's drift-risk finding - declared-avgifter test suite gets the standard beforeEach cleanup Declined (recorded for the summary): auto-generated correction voucher for regenerated legacy periods (data-repair follow-up needing Emil's go); SFF 22 kap. 1 par. citation doubt (verified against lagen.nu and already shipped in tax-tables.ts); 3740 scope doubt (BAS generic utjamning account, Visma praxis, matches the user's reference voucher). feat(salary): öresavrundning of net pay to whole kronor (#1609)
* feat(salary): öresavrundning of net pay to whole kronor Some banks reject salary payment files whose amounts carry öre. New company_settings.salary_net_rounding toggle (off by default): the engine rounds each net payout up to the next whole krona, never down, and emits a derived oresavrundning line item (semesterersattning pattern) that debits 3740 Öres- och kronutjämning so the salary entry stays balanced. Gross, tax and avgifter are untouched, so AGI/KU are unaffected. Payment files (pain.001 + Bankgirot LB) get whole-krona amounts via the rounded net_salary. Toggle in salary settings; payslip and run detail show the line item. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): keep employer cost on the shared definition; block manual rounding lines Skeptic findings on the öresavrundning commit: (1) the engine included netRounding in totalEmployerCost while payslip summary, KPI cards and lönejournal recompute the figure from stored columns, printing two different totals on the same payslip; employer cost now stays on the shared definition and the öre cost is carried by the 3740 ledger line. (2) 'oresavrundning' is excluded from the line-item create/update schemas: it is the only item type the booking keeps out of the gross reconciliation, so a manually created row would structurally unbalance the salary verifikat. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): add the item_type CHECK as NOT VALID, validate separately Compliance-swarm finding (SOC 2 CC8.1): the CHECK re-add scanned salary_line_items under the ADD's ACCESS EXCLUSIVE lock. Split per the house pattern (DECISIONS.md 2026-07-13): 20260813143000 re-adds the constraint NOT VALID, new 20260813143001 validates it under SHARE UPDATE EXCLUSIVE in its own transaction. The list is a strict superset of the previous CHECK, so validation cannot fail. Both files are branch-only, so editing in place is within the never-modify-shipped rule. feat(empty-states): startkort on six pages with strata imagery (#1603)
Replace the true-empty states on Kundfakturor, Transaktioner, Underlag, Loner, Bokforing and Skattekonto with StartCard: a self-contained dark hero (image-derived ground baked into the strata render, white primary CTA) that says what the page can do instead of what is missing. Primary CTAs lead with the connect/setup action per page (bank via PSD2 deep link, mailboxes, Skatteverket, migration import); filtered/search empty states and viewer fallbacks keep the old compact states. Design signed off in the Startkort prototype iterations 2026-08-13. refactor(design): no amber boxes, attention is one ochre sentence (#1562)
The founder wants the yellow boxes gone everywhere. The design system already agreed: status colors are data, not chrome (convention 12) and attention is a single ochre sentence, never a banner (convention 6). This enforces it: - ConfirmationDialog: the amber warning panel is now an AttnLine, and the hardcoded Swedish default warningText is gone: it injected an immutability warning into dialogs whose authors never asked for one (every current caller passes the prop explicitly, so no behavior change at any call site). - Badge warning variant: amber fill replaced with a hairline chip and ochre text. - DestructiveConfirmDialog warning variant: neutral icon disc, default primary confirm button (only --destructive survives as chrome). - BankSyncStatusChip stale state: same neutral shape as the healthy chip, ochre text carries the signal. - SandboxBanner: solid amber bar becomes secondary-on-border chrome. - BankIdAuth, BankIdCompanyPicker, SessionTimeoutModal: the last three raw-amber (bg-amber-*) holdouts moved onto tokens, the company-picker banner becoming a plain AttnLine. - Mechanical sweep of the ~58 hand-rolled bg-warning/border-warning boxes across 45 files: fills to bg-muted/30 (icon discs bg-muted), borders to border-border, text-warning-foreground to text-attn. The account-class dots in account-number.tsx keep bg-warning: they are data indicators, not chrome. fix(ui): reach touch-only actions, confirm before posting, drop a dead ring (#1280)
* fix(ui): reach touch-only actions, confirm before posting, drop a dead ring Three defects from the UI craft audit where the interface is wrong, not just inconsistent. Unreachable on touch: 'Markera klar' on deadlines and the bulk-select checkbox on /pending were 'opacity-0 group-hover:opacity-100'. Coarse pointers never fire hover and DeadlineForm has no completion control, so on a phone there was no way to mark a deadline done at all. Factored the reveal into HOVER_REVEAL_CLASS, which adds pointer-coarse:opacity-100. Unguarded ledger writes: 'Bokför' on the journal-entry detail page and on the invoice detail page posted an immutable verifikat on one click, one screen after the list confirmed the identical action. Both now open a ConfirmDialog describing the outcome up front (convention 10), reusing the list's indicative voucher-number prefetch. Dead ring: SummaryCard emitted ring-1 ring-primary/40 and ring-1 ring-warning/40 on the same element, so the two set the same custom property and one silently lost. The override is an exception, so it is a Badge now (conventions 5 and 12). Also corrects the design.md primitives table, which named ui/table.tsx as the data-table primitive while 17 files use ui/dry-table.tsx; building a list page from the documented row produced ~15% taller rows and a different hover tint, which had already happened twice. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): let the post-confirm dialog close after a successful commit ConfirmDialog calls onOpenChange(false) immediately after `await onConfirm()` resolves, but handleCommit/handleBook clear their in-flight flag in a `finally` block, so the guard's closure still saw isCommitting/isUpdating as true and swallowed the close: the dialog would sit open over a booking that had already succeeded. The guard was redundant as well as wrong. ConfirmDialog already blocks Radix-initiated closes while pending, via `onOpenChange={(next) => !pending && onOpenChange(next)}` on the Dialog itself. Passing the setter directly matches every other dialog on both pages. fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise, while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production. Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that are not repeated. userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger. State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row, consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing. provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client. provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up. Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before the scoped check ran. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A) The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in 20260416120000; this bucket was left behind. Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining legacy prefix objects. The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail the whole query instead of filtering the row out. deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to erase. The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and SHA-256 identical before repointing the row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user had been removed from the company kept reading. Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error strings with the canonical envelope. Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every other v1 read endpoint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and had become the top application consumer of production database time: measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at 7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on the booking path. PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side instead turns that into two indexed round trips. Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling. Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead, since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows. commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column, which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped on the newest rows indefinitely. The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap; the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly. ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change sort semantics on the route that currently works. Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had them. The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters, because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a write that never happened. dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write, and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to 5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0. Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the full tree. The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the lockfile, never workflow files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily. Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which settles the intent. documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession: the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention. webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line place to change that. A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list, and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they are named rather than silently rotting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email. This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined by next.config.ts. Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry personnummer and financial data. verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible. The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not forwarded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md. Structural roots closed: - resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking 1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING - ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document, not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed - sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed - tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all four baselines now empty - three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import, ungated-extension-route Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap), RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/ Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites with isSwedishUserMessage extended. Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice, recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep work and are verified green together. 13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge. 20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres). Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0 errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and ~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass: - replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid() (impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo - bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns - credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no cross-tenant figures in exception text - link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end - personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE - same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse - receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts - period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap - documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping - invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression), duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran - match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat) - refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window) - KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint - personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools - worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths - MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk - observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True, cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings call removed) Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests * fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215 pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() = 'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text, reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved. Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column, and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no longer renders as already filed. Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern (all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215 - restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch - replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap warning texts and update the pinned test expectations - drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment - strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation. feat(ui): rest-of-nav 1 — Viktiga datum, Skattekonto, Periodiseringar, Import to the concept language (#1140)
* feat(ui): concept scenes 17/24/32/33 for Viktiga datum, Skattekonto, Periodiseringar and Import (rest-of-nav 1) Viktiga datum: thread rows with type-icon circles behind a type seg (Alla/Skatt/Fakturering/Egna), Narmast countdown pane, Ny deadline lifted to the page header, both banners replaced by one AttnLine, mark-done via ConfirmDialog. DeadlineCard/DeadlineFilters die; DeadlineRow is the row. Skattekonto: card-less saldo hero with OCR + quiet copy, shortfall AttnLine computed from the next drain date with a betalningsuppgifter dialog (bankgiro 5050-1055 + OCR), one dry-table with Kommande/Forfallna/ Genomforda band rows, chips only on unbooked genomforda rows, quiet hover actions. Tabs and per-row badge noise are gone; the concept's Saldo column is dropped because SKV stores no per-row running balance. Periodiseringar: banner becomes an AttnLine with inline Bokfor forfallna (now confirm-first), house seg with Aktiva count, dry-table with muted normal states and animated RowFoldout for installments, Los upp nu as a quiet hover link through the shared ConfirmDialog. Import: tabs collapse into one two-column row list (Importera | Exportera) in the concept row language; SIE export moves into a small dialog and Molnsynkronisering folds the CloudBackupCard open in place. The /import?view=export#sie-export and /import#cloud-backup deep links keep working. Sandbox notice is an AttnLine. All four pages get stagger-enter, a help popover behind ? and sv+en keys for every new string. 9189 tests green, lint clean, guards pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(ui): align dashboard loading skeletons with the migrated page silhouettes Folds in the parallel WIP from this checkout at the founder's request: every loading.tsx under (dashboard) now mirrors its migrated page row-for-row (24px title block, pill actions, borderless table heads, single-line rows), and the shared (dashboard)/loading.tsx takes Hem's greeting + Att gora silhouette. Also lands the pending DECISIONS.md lines (onboarding swap plan note + rest-of-nav 1 deviations). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * polish(ui): authority logos, stat-tile skattekonto hero, quieter type on rest-of-nav 1 Viktiga datum: statutory deadlines wear the receiving authority's mark (Skatteverket for tax dates, Bolagsverket for arsredovisning/arsstamma) as a small badge on white; other deadlines keep the neutral type icons. Row dates go muted, titles drop font-medium, the Narmast countdown steps down to the house text-4xl display scale. Skattekonto: the 32px serif hero becomes two compact metric tiles in the KPIHeroCards idiom (saldo with the Skatteverket mark + OCR meta, nasta dragning with date and event count), matching how numbers read on the migrated pages. Periodiseringar: chevron column dropped; rows expand on click exactly like the verifikat list. Import: provider logo chips return on Hamta fran annat system (live- version parity) and Koppla bank carries the Enable Banking mark. Adds skatteverket(_color), bolagsverket, enable-banking plus claude/ anthropic marks (for future use) under public/logos/. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * polish(ui): keep Importera and Exportera as separate tabs on the import page Founder feedback: the merged two-column landing goes back to the familiar split. The house seg switches between the Importera rows and the Exportera rows (SIE 4 dialog + Molnsynkronisering fold), ?view=export selects the export tab again and the hash deep links flip to it before opening their surface. Row language and logo chips stay. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): readable Enable Banking mark and full-width skattekonto The enable-banking.webp is the full stacked logo in white-on-transparent: invisible on the light chip and mush at 16px. The chip now uses a cropped 368px icon square (enable-banking-icon.png) with the marketing site's grayscale+brightness treatment in light mode and a white lift in dark. Skattekonto loses its max-w-3xl cap so the table stretches the content column exactly like Bokforing and Transaktioner; the saldo tiles take KPI-card width (lg:grid-cols-4). Import's tab columns stretch too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): address review-bot findings on rest-of-nav 1 CodeRabbit triage, all three confirmed real: the Bokfor forfallna attn action is hidden for read-only users instead of rendering a no-op link; a failed deadline edit rethrows so the form stays open with the user's input; authority marks are reserved for statutory (system-generated) deadlines: a manual tax-category deadline keeps the neutral icon. Compliance swarm's two high findings verified clean, no change needed: /api/bookkeeping/accruals/:id/dissolve and /api/deadlines/:id (+ /complete) all run through withRouteContext with company_id scoping and 404 on miss. feat(home): concept Hem with Att göra + Fortsätt (UI migration PR 11) (#1132)
* feat(home): concept scene 14: greeting + Att gora/Fortsatt panes Hem becomes the founder-approved two-panel layout: serif time-of-day greeting with date and company, the Att gora worklist restyled to the concept pane (eyebrow header, h-rows with count chips, hover chevrons) and a new Fortsatt pane listing in-progress work derived purely from draft state (lib/worklist/resume: journal drafts, invoice drafts/unsent, mid-lifecycle salary runs; deadline boost, cap 3, tested). A completed flow can never render as a resume row by construction: only draft-state rows are fetched. KPI tiles, revenue/expense cards and the deadline/tax widgets leave the page per dev_docs/last_session_resume.md section 8, which also prunes their fetches (journal-line YTD aggregation, unpaid totals, deadlines): the page got faster. Banners, checklist, build-assistant hero and the Skatteverket nudge survive. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(home): serif pane titles for Att gora and Fortsatt Founder feedback: the uppercase eyebrow headers read as a stray font. Both pane titles are now the Hedvig display serif (text-lg) over the hairline, matching the page's heading language; the band headers inside Att gora keep their small uppercase form as grouping devices. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(home): Geist pane titles for Att gora and Fortsatt Founder call: the pane titles use the body sans (14px medium), not the display serif. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): Geist section headers + drop stale-transactions chip Founder feedback: pane/section headers (Att gora, Fortsatt, the reports groups Lopande/Bokslut/Skatt & moms etc) render in Geist sentence case instead of uppercase eyebrows or serif. The global h1-h3 display-font rule moves into @layer base so utility classes like font-sans can actually override it (unlayered element rules beat Tailwind's layered utilities: this was silently eating the override). Also removes the 'N aldre an 14 dagar' chip from the Bokfora transaktioner row and its stale-count plumbing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(ui): continuous nav crossfade + floating slide-over entrance The rail/full nav states now stay mounted and crossfade past each other (the inactive layer absolute, faded, nudged sideways, inert) while the aside width animates: the switch reads as one continuous motion instead of a DOM swap. The detail slide-over floats in from the right edge (slide-in-from-right-full, 300ms decelerating curve) per the concept, with a quicker ease-in exit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): make transitions and enter/exit animations actually run Two silent app-wide animation killers found while chasing 'the nav still is not smooth': 1. The codebase uses the shadcn animate-in/out vocabulary everywhere but no animate plugin was ever installed: Tailwind v4 silently dropped every such class, so popovers, dialogs, menus and the slide-over all appeared instantly. globals.css now defines the exact subset in use (accEnter/accExit keyframes + var-driven utilities), plugin-free, composing with duration/ease via --tw-duration/--tw-ease and collapsing under prefers-reduced-motion. Dialog drops its bracket-variant slide classes (zoom+fade carries the entrance). 2. The scrollbar auto-hide block's universal '* { transition: scrollbar-color ... }' was unlayered, and unlayered rules beat Tailwind's layered transition-* utilities regardless of specificity: every width/margin/color transition in the app was dead. The rule now lives in @layer base. Verified: the aside animates 248->64 over 300ms and the slide-over runs accEnter at 0.3s with the decelerating curve. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): finish the rr-mask session-replay masking sweep Main's #1105 switched one amount cell from the no-op sensitive-field class to rr-mask (rrweb's built-in text-masking class). The reskinned tables introduced more sensitive-field cells; all 12 occurrences now use rr-mask so financial amounts are masked in session replays. feat(register): concept scenes 25-31 for the seven register pages (#1131)
Kunder, Leverantorer, Artiklar, Anstallda, Anlaggningstillgangar, Kontoplan and Kostnadsstallen & projekt all move to the house language: serif header with quiet secondary actions + primary pill, dry-table lists (TH/TD from components/ui/dry-table, stagger-enter, clickable rows, responsive column hiding), muted text for normal states with chips only for exceptions (Verifierad, Inaktiv, Arkiverad, Avyttrad), and a muted pgnote count footer. Kontoplan gets the scene 30 treatment: BAS 2026 chip, Mina konton/BAS-katalogen seg with counts, class band rows as folds, and the activation toggles preserved. Dimensions swaps its tabs for the house seg with per-dimension counts and Tagga historik as a quiet header link. Separate mobile card lists and Card wrappers are gone; all dialogs, sort params, export menus, gating and load-more behavior preserved. Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(salary): concept Löner landing + nav collapse animation (UI migration PR 9) (#1130)
* feat(salary): concept scene 22 landing + smoother nav collapse Loner gets the concept header (quiet Anstallda link + Starta lonekorning primary), the hero de-cards to a flat serif line + description + pill, and the runs list becomes the scene 22 dry-table (Period, Status, Anstallda, Bruttolon, Netto) where booked runs read as muted text and in-flight runs carry a chip plus the payout date. Attention cards and the hero state machine survive unchanged. Nav polish: the collapse now animates as one movement (300ms decelerating curve on both the aside width and the panel margin) and the rail/full contents slide+fade in on swap; the Register/Bokslut folds match the RowFoldout timing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(salary): strip hero and attention cards from the landing Founder direction: the Loner landing is header + lonekorningar only (concept scene 22). The open run's table row is the entry point; AGI, skatt, blockers and semester surfaces live on the run detail and the employee register. Drops the hero state machine, the four cards, and all their data plumbing (deadlines query, tax-payment chain, SKV status, AGI submission hook). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): drop the Lonekorningar eyebrow Founder feedback: the uppercase eyebrow read as a stray font above the table, and with the landing reduced to the runs table alone the label is redundant under the Loner page title. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): populate the Anstallda column via a count embed The runs list selected bare salary_runs rows, so the landing's Anstallda column was always empty (the employees array only ever existed on the detail response). The list now embeds employee_count via salary_run_employees(count) and the page reads the PostgREST count shape. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): quiet beige chip for in-flight run states Founder feedback vs the concept: the Granskning chip rendered as the bordered ochre warning badge and read noisy next to the concept's quiet Utkast chip. Draft/review/approved now all wear the beige secondary chip; the payout-date note carries the urgency. feat(ui): frame-layout shell, pill buttons, 24px page titles (UI migration PR 1) (#1117)
* feat(ui): frame-layout shell, pill buttons, 24px page titles (UI migration PR 1) The visual shell from the concept, zero behavior change: - New --frame token pair (40 18% 96% light / 0 0% 5% dark); the dashboard wrapper is bg-frame and <main> becomes a rounded 12px panel with its own inner scroll (md-gated; mobile keeps document flow + bottom nav) - Sidebar goes borderless/transparent on the frame - Buttons are pills app-wide (radius 99px, default 7px/16px padding, 13px text, icon buttons become circles), set once in components/ui/button.tsx - PageHeader locked at exactly 24px/32px Hedvig serif - MainContainer resets panel scroll on route change (Next's window scroll-to-top never fires for an inner scroll container) - chat layout + extension workspaces switch viewport-height formulas to h-full so they fill the panel instead of overflowing it by 20px - .claude/rules/design.md rewritten with the 14 locked UI-migration conventions from dev_docs/ui_migration_plan.md Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): clamp hand-rolled page titles to the locked 24px/32px Transaktioner (TransactionStatusBar) and 13 other pages hand-roll their h1 instead of using PageHeader, so they kept text-3xl/4xl after the shell change. Clamp them all to font-display text-2xl leading-8. Onboarding heroes and headline numbers are intentionally untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): keep the frame strip above the panel on banner-less accounts <main>'s 10px top margin was the first in-flow margin inside the shell wrapper, so it collapsed through the wrapper and pushed the whole shell down, showing white body background above the panel instead of the warm frame strip (only visible on real accounts: the sandbox banner blocked the collapse). Flex containers never collapse child margins, so the shell wrappers become md:flex md:flex-col. feat(deadlines): gate F-skatt reminders on debited preliminary tax + durable dismissal (#1057)
* feat(deadlines): gate F-skatt reminders on debited preliminary tax, add durable dismissal The f_skatt deadline was gated on the F-skatt approval flag (DB default true), giving nearly every company 12 monthly payment reminders for a tax Skatteverket may not have debited at all (64% of all system deadline rows, one lifetime completion). Approval carries no recurring obligation; the monthly duty is payment of debiterad preliminarskatt and exists only while the debited amount is > 0 (SFL 62 kap. 4-5 par., 55 kap. 2 par.). - Gate the f_skatt deadline on preliminary_tax_monthly > 0 (field already collected at onboarding, previously unread) and retitle it as a payment. - Storforetag keep the 12th in August (January-only 17th, 62 kap. 3 par.). - Declare the prod-only preliminary_tax_monthly column in a migration so installs built purely from migrations stop failing tax-settings saves. - Add deadlines.dismissed_at: DELETE on a system deadline now soft-dismisses it durably (hard deletes were resurrected by the nightly backfill within 24h); generator, backfill, and every read surface respect it. - Prune upcoming f_skatt rows for companies with no debited amount. Closes part of #1028. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): include dismissed_at in DeadlineForm payload The Deadline type gained the required dismissed_at field; the form's submit payload literal must carry it for the Omit<Deadline, ...> shape. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): make system-deadline dismissal atomic Constrain the dismiss update to source='system' and verify a row was actually updated: a concurrent regeneration can delete the row between lookup and update, and the route must not report a phantom success. fix(ui): migrate remaining native confirm() calls to DestructiveConfirmDialog (#1046)
Migrates the three remaining bare confirm() sites from issue #1038 to the imperative useDestructiveConfirm() pattern already mounted on both pages: resume-autosend and run-now on the recurring-invoices page, and unapprove on the salary-run page (its dynamically assembled multi-line copy now renders as paragraphs via whitespace-pre-line on DialogDescription). Also adds a togglingId in-flight guard to togglePause, mirroring the deletingId/runningId guards from PR #1036, so the pause/resume button cannot fire a duplicate PATCH while one is pending. fix(ui): use styled confirm dialog for salary and recurring-invoice destructive actions (#1036)
* fix(ui): use styled confirm dialog for salary and recurring-invoice destructive actions Replace native window.confirm() with the existing DestructiveConfirmDialog / useDestructiveConfirm() primitive at the six sites from #839: recurring invoice schedule delete, employee deactivation, salary run draft delete, remove employee from run, salary calendar bulk delete (all variant 'destructive'), and the nollkorning-to-review guard (variant 'warning'). Confirmation copy is preserved as the dialog description; new title keys added to both messages/sv.json and messages/en.json. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): lock delete and deactivate actions while the request is in flight The styled confirm dialog resolves before the DELETE settles, so the trigger button could be clicked again and fire a duplicate request. Add an in-flight guard (deletingId / deactivating) and disable the button until the request completes, mirroring the runNow pattern. Fix/skv connection flow (#1015)
* feat(salary): one-click AGI submission with filing state machine and success feedback The AGI panel required users to know that "Ladda ner AGI-fil" was the generate step, then click submit, signing link, and kvittens manually. A nollkorning filing stalled on "AGI-XML saknas" pointing at a UI path that does not exist. - New primary button "Lamna in till Skatteverket" chains the existing endpoints client-side: generate XML if missing, POST underlag, poll kontrollresultat, create signing link, open Mina Sidor in a tab opened synchronously at click (popup-blocker safe). Inline stepper shows each step; the four old buttons become collapsed advanced/recovery actions, auto-expanded in stale-draft and rejected states. XML download stays visible and free for manual filing. - deriveAgiFilingState() + useAgiSubmission() lift the per-period submission record to the run page: the progress rail and salary hero now render the real state machine (generated, underlag inskickat, vantar pa BankID-signatur, inlamnad med kvittensnummer) instead of telling users to "lamna in" an already-submitted declaration. - Success card with kvittensnummer and signature metadata once signed, plus a toast when a poll flips the state while the page is open. - AGI kvittens cron every 15 min instead of every 2 h so filings signed on another device get stamped and emailed promptly. - Advanced submit also auto-generates, and the stale "Lon -> AGI -> Generera" error text now points at the real buttons. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(enable-banking): instant OAuth callback feedback and dead-attempt cleanup The bank redirect landed on a blank page for the several seconds the callback spent exchanging the PSD2 session and mirroring accounts, and every failed connect attempt left a status='error' row that rendered forever as an "Atgard kravs" card next to a successful retry, showing duplicate connections to the same bank. - Stream a branded "Slutfor bankanslutningen" progress page from the callback: the shell flushes before the session exchange starts and a script/meta redirect follows when the work completes, with a 30s slow-work escape hatch. Fast outcomes (denial, bad params, unknown state) keep their plain redirects. - Delete never-activated connection rows (no session_id, no accounts_data) on denial or exchange failure, and sweep leftovers for the same bank on the next connect. Established connections keep their "Atgard krävs" card via the accounts_data guard; FKs are ON DELETE SET NULL so deletion has no dependents. - Show "Banken ar ansluten: hamtar dina konton" while the settings panel loads after the callback instead of an anonymous spinner. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): reject re-send of issued invoices and gate bookkeeping on the sent flip A direct POST to /api/invoices/[id]/send against an already-issued invoice re-emailed the customer and posted a second revenue verifikat (createInvoiceJournalEntry has no dedup), overwriting journal_entry_id and orphaning the first entry. Only the UI hid the button; the v1 route and the MCP commit executor already rejected non-drafts. - Non-draft invoices now return 409 INVOICE_ALREADY_SENT. - The draft to sent status flip is an optimistic lock (status guard plus row-count check); journal entry, accrual schedules, PDF archival and the invoice.sent event only run for the request that won the flip. - On a flip failure the journal entry is deferred: the row stays draft and a retry re-runs the pipeline, ending with exactly one verifikat. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): payment links, failure visibility and sandbox guard for recurring auto-send - sendInvoiceFromSchedule now auto-creates an online payment link via applyPaymentLinkToInvoice before rendering and passes the payment link QR to the PDF: parity with the dashboard and v1 send routes, which recurring invoices silently lacked. - The recurring cron persists last_run_warning both when a claimed run throws (hourly retries stay visible on the schedule) and when a stale schedule is rolled forward, so a deterministic failure can no longer skip a month silently. - Auto-send is blocked for sandbox companies at the email chokepoint (freeze-and-retain: the invoice is still generated as a draft), covering both the cron and the run-now route with one guard. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): close the Fortnox payroll API gaps (phases 1-4) Payroll now runs end-to-end through the open API, including onboarding a client from another payroll system, with every write staged for approval. - v1: per-employee payslips (list/detail/PDF), payslip line writes, run roster attach/remove, absence ranges (per-day storage), jamkning fields, cutover opening balances (single + atomic bulk PUT), vacation balance + vacation-year-close. PUT added to the wrapper's idempotency/ test-key set (test keys could otherwise write through PUT). - MCP: 10 new tools (get_employee/get_payslip/list_absence/ get_vacation_balance reads + staged update_payslip_line, register_absence, create_employee, update_employee, set_employee_opening_balances, close_vacation_year), executors, risk tiers, op-type CHECK expansions. create_employee encrypts personnummer at staging: pending_operations never holds plaintext. - Scope-map audit retrofit: 11 formerly unmapped tools now scoped; BREAKING for keys that relied on the 4 default-allow writes. - Cutover: employee_opening_balances (derived lock trigger, self-unlocks on run correction), engine YTD/karens/liability integration, Ingaende saldon section in the employee editor. - Arbetsschema-lite: employees.hours_per_week/workdays_per_week drive the hourly/daily divisors; legacy 173/21 preserved exactly at defaults so existing pay math is byte-identical. - Vacation ledger + semesterberedning/arsavslut: recomputed per-year day balances (synced on book/correct, non-fatal), year-close with the min-20 floor, 5-year sparade-dagar expiry to forced payout, and a 2920/2940 drift adjustment via the bookkeeping engine; Semester dashboard card with preview-then-confirm dialog. - Fix: Zod 4 defaults leak through .partial(), which made every sparse employee PATCH fail validation and reset defaulted columns. Migrations 20260713100000/101000/110000/121000/122000 (applied to staging with version rows; prod via merge). vacation_ledger renamed from 20260713120000 to avoid colliding with vat_declaration_totals_rpc. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: cut dashboard page-load latency (region, round trips, caching, VAT RPC) The dominant cost was infrastructure: Vercel functions ran in iad1 (Washington D.C.) while Supabase (DB + auth) lives in eu-north-1 (Stockholm), so every request paid 4-5 transatlantic round trips of auth + company resolution before doing any real work (measured 530-1900ms for single-query GETs in prod logs). Pin functions to arn1 and cut the redundant work on top: - vercel.json: functions to arn1, same city as the database - getActiveCompanyId: preference + first-membership queries run in parallel; the fallback result doubles as validation in the common single-company case (one round trip instead of two sequential) - withRouteContext: Server-Timing header and authMs/companyMs/handlerMs in the op-completed log, so latency is attributable per phase - dashboard layout: nav badge counts off the critical path; DashboardNav loads them client-side via the new use-worklist-badges SWR hook with debounced realtime revalidation - swr (new dependency, approved): global provider; useCompanySettings shares one cache entry across consumers and renders from cache on back-navigation instead of re-showing skeletons - /pending: realtime refetch debounced; bulk operations previously fired 4 requests per row-change event - VAT declaration: new get_vat_declaration_totals RPC returns per-account totals, settlement-shape detection (#984) and source_type counts in ONE round trip instead of paging every entry+line through PostgREST. Account lists stay TS-side parameters so ACCOUNT_RUTA remains the single source of truth. Shape-exclusion coverage moved to tests/pg/vat-declaration-totals-rpc.pg.test.ts; DDL already applied to staging. - bundle: CommandPalette lazy-mounts on first Ctrl/Cmd+K, AgentChat dynamic-imports the markdown parser, @vercel/speed-insights (new dependency, approved) added for real-user timings The /salary fetch-waterfall fix from the same effort already landed inside 2084a756. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): settle öre-rounded payments from the mark-paid flow An invoice with öresavrundning shows a rounded "Att betala" on the PDF; the customer pays that amount (up to 50 öre off the stored öre total) and the invoice-page mark-paid flow rejected it with MATCH_AMOUNT_EXCEEDS_REMAINING: a dead end, while the bank-transaction match flow already absorbed the residual to 3740. - PaymentBookingDialog now proposes the rounded bank leg plus the 3740 residual line (credit when rounded up, debit when rounded down), resolved via getDisplayTotal from the per-invoice override and company_settings.ore_rounding. - settleInvoicePayment and the v1 mark-paid route absorb the sub-krona residual, gated by planInvoicePaymentForLines: absorption applies ONLY when the caller lines carry the exact residual on 3740; otherwise the strict plan applies (sub-krona partials stay partial, no-3740 overshoots keep the 400), so the GL can never diverge from the AR sub-ledger. - planInvoicePayment absorb-band boundary tightened to >= 1 kr: an exactly-1-kr overshoot used to slip past both the guard and the absorb branch and silently over-record paid_amount (pre-existing on the bank-match path). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): resolve all 7 PR compliance findings - ASVS V3.3: per-request CSP nonce on the enable-banking finalize page (mirrors the mcp-oauth consent page); inline scripts are nonce-bound - ASVS V16: decouple callback finalize work from the response stream (eager promise + next/server after()) so a client disconnect cannot drop session persistence or the consent_granted audit emit - ISO 27001 A.8.15: failed audit-event emits log through the structured logger with a stable message for log-based alerting - ASVS V2.3: recurring-invoice cron and run-now routes resolve isSandboxCompany themselves and pass an explicit suppressAutoSend flag (defence in depth around the email chokepoint, freeze-and-retain kept) - ISO 27001 A.8.11: stagePendingOperation rejects plaintext personnummer-bearing keys in params/preview_data (key-based guard; EF org numbers make value-matching unsafe) - ASVS V4.5: employee PATCH body is truly sparse; cleared number fields are omitted instead of resetting DB values to hardcoded fallbacks - ASVS V8.2.1: route-level tests pin the v1 cross-company deny (404 by convention, not 403) on the payslip PDF endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: implement vacation-year basis change validation and error handling - Added tests to block vacation-year basis changes when open balances exist. - Implemented error handling for open-balances guard query failures in the settings route. - Enhanced absence route to reject reversed date ranges with a validation error. - Updated absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert for better performance and reliability. - Refactored salary calculation logic to correctly handle age-based avgifter rates according to Skatteverket's rules. - Improved error messaging for vacation year closure adjustments. - Adjusted employee opening balances handling to preserve audit information during upserts. * feat(settings): add validation to block vacation-year basis change with open balances feat(absence): reject reversed date ranges in absence queries fix(absence): update absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert fix(employee): improve validation for jamkning dates in employee updates fix(opening-balances): ensure created_by field is preserved during upserts test(absence): enhance tests for absence range and date validations test(calculation): add tests for age-based avgifter rates and edge cases test(semesterberedning): validate vacation year closure adjustments and error handling test(employee-opening-balances): update tests to reflect changes in salary_run_employees schema * fix(migrations): implement NOT VALID constraints for pending_operations and add validation migration --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Bug/skv auth (#1010)
* fix(settings): open Skatteverket connect in a popup and fix the skahmst scope check The full-page OAuth round-trip left Skatteverket's pages and the consumed callback URL in browser history directly beneath /settings/tax, so closing settings walked Back into a dead OAuth chain and re-prompted BankID auth. The connect buttons now use the AGIPanel popup + postMessage pattern (the callback already supports window.opener); the page never navigates and the panel refetches status on success. Full-page navigation remains only as the popup-blocked fallback. Also fixes the reconnect-button condition: it checked for a scope literally named 'skattekonto', but SKV grants 'skahmst', which kept "Anslut igen" permanently visible on healthy connections. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(skatteverket): extract per-declaration AGI kvittens reconciliation Behavior-identical extraction of the kvittens cron's core (fetch kvittens, promote declaration to submitted, stamp salary_runs, clear cached submission, complete deadline, notify) into lib/agi-kvittens-reconcile.ts so the upcoming post-connect refresh can reuse it. Auth-error mapping (needs_reconsent, grant revocation, APIGW config gaps) and run-level logging stay in the cron, which is why SkatteverketAuthError propagates out of the helper on purpose. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): auto-settle production-format AGI skattekonto draws The settlement matcher only understood the SKV test environment's single combined row ("Arbetsgivardeklaration YYYYMM"). Production books the draw as two rows with Swedish month names: "Avdragen skatt maj 2026" (= total_tax) and "Arbetsgivaravgift maj 2026" (= total_avgifter), so auto-settlement has never fired against production data and the salary page kept showing paid periods as unpaid. parseAgiPeriod now also reads the month-name form (which additionally lets match suggestions resolve the period on prod rows, including beslut rows). Settlement classifies draws with start-anchored regexes so correction rows like "Beslut 260703 arbetsgivaravgift mars 2026" can never qualify, and settles a period on either the combined row matching the whole declared amount or exactly one tax row + exactly one avgift row matching their respective totals to the ore, dated to the later of the pair. Anything non-exact (partial draws, duplicates) still falls back to the manual mark-paid button. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): refresh skattekonto + kvittenser right after OAuth consent Nothing fetched Skatteverket data after a (re)connect: tokens were stored and the user redirected, with the next fetch left to the nightly cron. SKV's per-flow tokens (and refresh tokens) live ~65 minutes, so the crons usually find them dead; right after consent is the one reliable window for a personal-token fetch, which is why reconnecting never made stale numbers recover. The callback now awaits runPostConnectRefresh after storing tokens: a skattekonto sync (upsert + auto-settlement + balance snapshot) plus a kvittens re-check for this company's pending_signature AGI declarations. Awaited on purpose so popup-close means the data is already fresh and UI refetch listeners never race a background job; every step is best-effort and a refresh failure can never fail the connect that just succeeded. The callback's non-popup fallback also switches to window.location.replace so the consumed callback URL (one-shot code + state) drops out of history instead of re-running into a guaranteed CSRF error on Back. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): reload the salary dashboard after a Skatteverket reconnect Listens for the BankID popup's skatteverket-oauth-success message and re-runs load(). Because the OAuth callback awaits the skattekonto sync and AGI auto-settlement before responding, the refetch already sees settled tax-payment state: the "Skatt att betala" card flips to paid the moment the popup closes, without leaving the page. Also logs the three decisions behind this series in DECISIONS.md (awaited post-connect refresh over after(), exact-pair settlement over per-period summing, popup flow over in-place history repair). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): verify OAuth popup source identity before trusting postMessage The three 'skatteverket-oauth-success' listeners accepted any same-origin message, letting any same-origin script trigger a data reload or a fake success toast (OWASP ASVS V3.2, SOC 2 CC6.1). The two components that open the popup now keep its handle in a ref and require event.source to be that exact window; a window reference cannot be forged by same-origin scripts, which is strictly stronger than a nonce threaded through the OAuth flow. The salary dashboard never opens the popup, so its raw message listener is replaced by a 'skatteverket-connection-updated' CustomEvent dispatched only after a component has source-verified the popup (and after disconnect, so connection-state consumers stay in sync). Also extends the connect consent copy (sv + en) to disclose that connecting immediately fetches skattekonto data and checks pending AGI receipts (GDPR Art.5(1)(b) transparency). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): CSP nonce and no-store on OAuth callback, deadline on post-connect refresh Both callback HTML responses now carry a per-response nonce CSP (default-src 'none'; script-src 'nonce-...'; base-uri 'none'; form-action 'none') so injected markup could never execute, plus Cache-Control: no-store because the callback URL carries a one-shot authorization code. The jsLiteral/appUrl injection invariants are documented at the definition site. The awaited post-connect refresh is bounded by a 30-second Promise.race deadline so a hung SKV call cannot hold the OAuth callback open; on timeout the refresh continues best-effort and the user still gets the success response. Refresh failures and timeouts now log through the structured logger with companyId + userId so they are attributable in log aggregation (ASVS V16, ISO 27001 A.8.15, SOC 2 CC8.1). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): tenant guard and redacting logs in kvittens reconcile, slim cron response The agi_declarations update now also filters on company_id (ASVS V8.2.1), matching the salary_runs pattern. The reconciler and the cron's error paths log through the structured logger so third-party error strings pass personnummer redaction; uuidKvittens is dropped from log context (GDPR Art.5(1)(f) minimization, declarationId suffices). response_data gains submittedAtEstimated so the signeradTid fallback can never be mistaken for the legal filing time, and the submitted_by comment now states explicitly that it records the technical submitter while response_data.signeradAv is the authoritative legal signatory (BFL 5 kap 6 par, BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8). The cron HTTP response omits companyId per result row and sends Cache-Control: no-store; the extension_data delete documents why the period-scoped cache key needs no declaration-id guard. Cron tests observe the logger via a mock without weakening any assertion. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): diagnosable settlement refusals and signeradAv ROPA documentation Settlement refusals (candidates present but amounts mismatch) now emit a structured info log with declared-vs-drawn ore amounts per kind, so a rounding divergence between stored declaration totals and SKV's actual draw is diagnosable instead of silently falling back to the manual button. No transaction texts are logged (they can carry personal data). parseAgiPeriod documents the beslut-row audit: correction rows parse to their period on purpose for match-suggestion boosting; settlement never uses parseAgiPeriod (anchored classifiers + parseNumericAgiPeriod only) and the only callers require an exact amount+side 1630 match first. .compliance/ropa.yaml documents signeradAv (signer personnummer in the SKV kvittens stored in agi_declarations.response_data): lawful basis Art.6(1)(c) via BFL 5 kap 6 par / BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8, 7-year retention per BFL 7 kap 2 par, access via company-membership RLS. DECISIONS.md records the accepted-with-documentation calls from the compliance review. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): add 'already_claimed' status to reconcile outcomes and enhance logging for pending lookups --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/stripe skv (#1004)
* fix(salary): align pain.001 salary file with the Swedish domestic bank dialect Verified against the Swedish Common Interpretation of ISO 20022 (Bankforeningen, Common Payment Types in Sweden, Appendix 1 Example 4: Salaries) and Nordea Corporate Access pain.001 examples v2.6 (2026-06-22), and XSD-validated against the official pain.001.001.03 schema: - drop SvcLvl SEPA (SEPA credit transfers are EUR-only; omitting SvcLvl gets the domestic NURG default) - drop RmtInf (not allowed for SALA salary payments; the beneficiary statement text comes from the Dataclearing LON code) - address employees domestically: clearing as CdtrAgt ClrSysMmbId SESBA, account WITHOUT clearing as CdtrAcct Othr with SchmeNm BBAN - share the clearing/account split (Swedbank 5-digit shift, Nordea personkonto prefix dedup) between the LB and pain.001 generators via splitDomesticBankAccount, fixing pain.001 duplicating the personkonto clearing - clamp MsgId/PmtInfId/InstrId/EndToEndId to Max35Text with the per-tx counter surviving truncation; carry the org number on Dbtr - return 400 from the pain001 route on an invalid clearing instead of emitting a broken file Also includes two unrelated decision-log lines from the parallel revisor-review session (DECISIONS.md is a shared append-only log). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav): surface the year-end chain in the sidebar Add Periodiseringar, Arsredovisning (aktiebolag only) and Inkomstdeklaration (INK2 for AB, NE-bilaga for EF) to the Skatt & bokslut group, in workflow order. Entity gating via a new entityOnly flag on NavItem; isActive carve-outs extended so exactly one row lights up for the new routes. Driven by an external revisor review that concluded these features did not exist because none of them were reachable from the nav. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): Stripe Connect integration behind config gate Connect OAuth per company (only the acct_ id is stored), automatic single-use Payment Links on invoice send, deterministic payment settlement against 1686 (BAS moved acquirer receivables 1580 -> 1686), payout booking with reverse-charge fees (6570 + 4535/4598 + 2645/2614), and a 15-minute sync cron. Non-deterministic events land as needs_review, never guessed at. Fully dark without STRIPE_CONNECT_CLIENT_ID: connect returns 503, the send hook and cron no-op, and the settings page shows 'Kommer snart' (hosted) until the Connect platform is verified. Self-hosted keeps the honest not-configured message. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): add shared completeTaxDeadline and fix dead AGI deadline auto-complete generate-declaration.ts has updated non-existent columns (type/period/ status) since inception, so the arbetsgivardeklaration deadline was never auto-completed. Replace with a shared helper targeting the real schema (tax_deadline_type/tax_period/is_completed), also used by the kvittens crons and moms handlers in the follow-up commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(rot-rut): import Skatteverket beslutsfil and record decisions on payout requests Parse the beslutsfil JSON from Skatteverkets rot/rut e-tjanst and record godkant belopp on the matching begaran: matched by stored skv_referensnummer first, then exact name among active undecided requests; arenden by fakturanummer then personnummer, exactly-one or the beslut errors (all-or-nothing). Never auto-settles: recording the beslut and booking the payout are separate acts. Exposed as an API route and the gnubok_import_rot_rut_beslut MCP tool. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): system auth for background reads, one-click VAT submit, kvittens notifications Hybrid auth program: system CCG (org certificate) for background reads while personal BankID stays for interactive submissions, since SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 min and crons structurally cannot run on them. All system-auth code sits behind SKATTEVERKET_SYSTEM_AUTH_MODE (default off) with a stub transport until the Expisoft cert and CCG avtal land; auth resolution is centralized in resolve-auth.ts. Also in this change: - One-click VAT submit chaining kontrollera -> utkast -> las server-side with a stage discriminator; step-by-step buttons demoted to the overflow menu. - Kvittens crons (AGI + new VAT schedule) with email-only notifications, deduped in notification_log under the new skv_kvittens type. - Ombud grant probe + verification UI in the connect panel, and a dashboard promo card for unconnected companies. - skatteverket_company_connections table with pg-real coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): auto-settle AGI tax payment from skattekonto and surface SKV reconnect on the tax card The "Skatt att betala" card only cleared via the manual mark-paid button on the run detail page; the promised automatic flip from the Skattekonto sync was never implemented, so paid periods stayed red. - settleAgiTaxPayments: during every skattekonto sync, a booked "Arbetsgivardeklaration YYYYMM" debit row settles the matching agi_declarations.tax_paid_at, but only when the amount equals the declared total to the ore and the account is not in deficit (deterministic; drift or deficit falls back to manual). - Salary overview card: reconnect hint when the SKV token needs re-consent (link to /settings/tax, silent when the extension is off), plus an inline "Markera som betald" button reusing the existing endpoint and salary_payments strings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add cloud backup scheduling and alerting features - Implement unit tests for scheduling logic in `schedule.test.ts`, covering various scenarios for determining if a backup schedule is due. - Create a new module `backup-alert.ts` to handle failure alerts for cloud backup auto-sync, including email notifications for reauthentication and repeated failures. - Introduce `schedule.ts` to manage scheduling logic, including handling local time zones and converting between local and UTC hours. - Add CSV report generation functions in `archive-csv.ts` for trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and general ledger, ensuring compatibility with Swedish Excel formats. - Create a README generator for the archive structure in `archive-readme.ts`, providing clear documentation for users accessing backup files. - Implement tests for CSV report generation in `archive-csv.test.ts`, ensuring correct formatting and content. - Establish a full-archive coverage contract test in `full-archive-coverage.pg.test.ts` to ensure all company-scoped tables are properly classified for backup. * fix(stripe): correct invoice clearing reference and improve type safety in sync logic * fix(invoices): narrow accountingMethod before resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType settleInvoicePayment takes accountingMethod as a raw settings string, but resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType requires the 'accrual' | 'cash' union. Normalize at the call site (anything but 'cash' books as accrual), matching the existing useCashEntry semantics. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address CodeRabbit review findings and nitpicks on PR #1004 Review findings: - backup settings redirect: always force view=export over incoming params - AGI/VAT kvittens crons: isolate best-effort post-submit calls, check the signed-state persist error, guard recovery calls in catch blocks so one company cannot abort the rest; surface grant_revoked in the run summary - kvittens notifications: atomic claim-first dedup with a partial unique index; map non-uuid reference keys to deterministic uuids - grant probe: record the actual 2xx status; mTLS transport: handle response-stream errors - stripe: amount-aware idempotency keys for payment links; emit stripe.disconnected on upstream revocations - ROT/RUT beslut import: mutate in-memory request state after apply, move item + header writes into an atomic apply_rot_rut_beslut RPC, add rot_rut_payout to JournalEntrySourceTypeSchema - migrations: use NOT VALID + VALIDATE CONSTRAINT for CHECK constraints on journal_entries, notification_log and rot_rut_payout_requests - cloud backup: hour_utc-only schedule updates clear stale hour_local Nitpicks: - stripe sync: enforce the cron time budget inside per-connection event processing with idempotent cursor progress; maybeSingle for settings; honest partial-customer DTO shared with the settlement boundary - shared applyPaymentLinkToInvoice helper for both invoice send routes, v1 docblock documents step 6b and PAYMENT_LINK_FAILED - settings panel: drop redundant decodeURIComponent - cloud backup: document worst-case archive memory headroom Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

refactor(ui): design-system consistency pass over dense pages + i18n de-bloat (#961)
* refactor(ui): normalize dense pages to the locked design system Sweep of the info-dense surfaces against .claude/rules/design.md; no behavior changes, classNames and primitive adoption only. - Replace hand-rolled h1s with PageHeader (import, suppliers, kpi, salary/employees, skattekonto, settings layout) and drop the one double title (SalarySettingsContent under the settings h1) - Replace hand-rolled empty states with EmptyState (skattekonto, banking/api-keys/oauth/counterparty settings) and hand-rolled pulse divs with Skeleton (deadlines, report view loaders) - Remove semantic colors used as chrome: amber/emerald banners in AGIPanel and SkatteverketPanel, success/warning tints in kassaflodesanalys, arsredovisning and import become neutral surfaces with the tint kept on the icon only - Full-opacity borders everywhere (border-border/30-60, border-destructive/20-40, border-foreground/30, text-destructive/80) - Snap off-scale spacing (p-5 to p-6, p-2.5 to p-3, gap/mt-x.5 to scale values); KPI metric tiles p-6 to p-4 per the tile rule - Remove the mobile Select that duplicated the invoices status Tabs (TabsList already scrolls horizontally); single Tabs now serves both breakpoints - supplier-invoices: shared formatCurrency instead of a local formatAmount helper; skattekonto: formatDate/formatDateLong/ formatDateTime instead of raw dates and toLocaleString - arsredovisning flerarsoversikt converted to the Table primitive with right-aligned tabular-nums cells - Settings: CardTitle text-base on section cards, one heading idiom in AccountSettingsContent, h3 to h2 in CompanyProfileView Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(i18n): trim text bloat and fix an untranslated sv string - Fix invoice_credit.create_failed_fallback: sv catalog carried the English "Failed to create credit note"; now "Kunde inte skapa kreditfaktura". Translate new_user_checklist.step3_title in en - Drop descriptions that paraphrase their own title (design.md forbidden pattern): invoice_detail.credited_description, invoice_credit.original_card_description, invoice_editor customer/notes card descriptions (keys deleted from both catalogs, zero remaining usages); the transaction booking DialogDescription becomes sr-only so screen readers keep it - Trim redundant sentences from settings_salary.info_payroll_scope, settings_backup.intro, ext_cloud_backup_long_description, settings.name_description, salary_payments.open_payments_note and shorten invoice_credit.reason_card_description; statutory BFL/tax prose untouched - Normalize toast punctuation (dimensions/self_billing created_description lose the trailing period like their siblings) - common.delete "Radera" to "Ta bort" (zero live call sites; Radera stays reserved for irreversible account/company deletion) Catalogs verified key-identical (4795 keys each) and JSON-parseable. Add/api and invoice (#911)
* feat(salary): validate employee clearing/kontonummer at entry Bank details on the "Anställda" form had no structural validation, so a typo in clearing/kontonummer was saved silently and only surfaced at Bankgirot LB generation (or never, on the SEPA path). Adds a shared validator (lib/salary/payment/bank-account.ts) wired into the create dialog, edit page, CreateEmployeeSchema, and the PATCH route: 4-digit clearing or 5-digit Swedbank (8xxxx), 5-11 digit account, both-or-neither. Mirrors encodeReceiverAccount so entry-time validation matches what the payout layer can encode. Update validates only when a bank field actually changes, so legacy free-text data stays editable. Includes a conservative clearing to bank-name hint (null for unknown ranges). Per-bank mod10/mod11 checksum deferred to a soft-warning follow-up. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(chart-of-accounts): styled delete warnings and bulk select-all Replace the native window.confirm() on single-account delete with the styled DestructiveConfirmDialog, and add to the prune dialog a master 'select all unused accounts' checkbox plus an explicit confirmation step before bulk deletion. New sv/en strings for the confirm titles and actions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): encrypt personnummer on v1 employee create; tolerate legacy plaintext on read The v1 REST create route stored personnummer unencrypted, which then threw ERR_CRYPTO_INVALID_AUTH_TAG on every decrypt-on-read path and 500'd the employees roster. Encrypt on write in v1 create, decrypt on read in the v1 list/detail/patch responses, and make decryptPersonnummer pass a raw 12-digit value through with a warn so a legacy plaintext row can't take the roster down. Encrypt seeded personnummer. Add a gated, idempotent backfill for existing rows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a manual entry as a reusable template Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual journal-entry form next to the existing "Anvand mall" picker, so users can capture a booking pattern the moment they work it out. Opens the shared TemplateForm (create mode) pre-seeded from the current lines via deriveTemplateLinesFromBooking, and saves through the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates. Rendered in both the mobile and desktop layouts and in create + edit modes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): label all staged operation types The Granskning list rendered the raw snake_case operation_type (e.g. create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox) for any type missing from the label map, which hogs the meta row and wraps awkwardly on mobile. Add short sv/en labels for all operation types in OPERATION_RISK_TIERS, plus a humanized fallback for future ones, and simplify the label map to a plain operation_type -> i18n-key record (the icon/variant fields were dead). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): let users file moms without a Skatteverket connection The momsdeklaration was never gated on the Skatteverket connection (it renders from the bookkeeping), but the not-connected "Anslut med BankID" card read as a wall. Make manual filing a first-class path: - Add a "Lämna in din momsdeklaration" card under the report with a PDF download (SKV 4700 layout, hela kronor) and a skatteverket.se link. - Add a momsdeklaration PDF route + template; buildManualFilingRows() rounds each ruta to whole kronor and recomputes ruta 49 per the SKV 4700 formula so it ties out. The PDF is a read/record copy, not a submission file (moms has no upload channel). - Offer PDF alongside Excel in the report's export menu. - Reframe the not-connected SkatteverketPanel to "Skicka direkt till Skatteverket (valfritt)". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): compact new-employee dialog and warn on bad account check digit Redesign NewEmployeeDialog into a compact layout: borderless sections split by hairline dividers (no per-section cards), a fixed header + scrolling body + solid footer (fixes content showing through the old sticky bar), and denser grids. EmployeeTaxCard gains a `flat` variant so the dialog can host it without card chrome; the edit page keeps the boxed version. Add non-blocking Swedish account check-digit validation (lib/bankgiro/account-number.ts): mod10 (reuses luhn) + mod11, with a clearing->method table from the Bankgirot "Bankernas kontonummeruppbyggnad" spec, cross-checked against jop-io/kontonummer.js and verified against a real account (Forex 9420/4172385). Surfaced as a soft warning in both employee forms; unrecognised clearings return 'unknown' so we never warn on a valid but unmapped account. Never blocks saving. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): configurable send time + editing for recurring invoices Re-register the accidentally-removed recurring cron (now hourly) and add a per-schedule send hour (Europe/Stockholm, DST-aware). The cron never sends for a past date, and the enabling migration pauses every existing schedule on deploy so nothing auto-sends behind a user's back; users reactivate consciously (with a confirm) or click "Skapa faktura nu" to send this month on demand. Automatic sending now requires a customer email. Adds a full edit flow (row click opens the prefilled form, PATCH), fixing the row-click 404. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): configure självfaktura via the invoice API Add an optional is_self_billed flag (plus external_invoice_number, self_billing_agreement_ref, received_date) to the public invoice-create endpoint so callers can register a received self-billing invoice (mottagen självfaktura, ML 17 kap 15§) via the API. It was previously only reachable from the internal dashboard route, so it was missing from the API docs. Extract the booking into a shared service (lib/invoices/self-billed-sale.ts) and refactor the internal /api/invoices/self-billed route to a thin wrapper over it, so the dashboard and the API cannot drift. Books as a sale (Debit 1510 / Credit 30xx+26xx) with the counterparty's number; no own number is consumed. Fields are plain optionals (no schema refine) so UpdateInvoiceSchema.omit() keeps working; required-when-self-billed is enforced in the route. Documented in the endpoint registry. No migration (columns already exist). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): allow a partial voucher-series-per-source-type map In Zod 4 an enum-keyed z.record is exhaustive (every source_type required), so saving a default_voucher_series_per_source_type map that omits a source type (e.g. the newly added result_appropriation) failed with "expected string, received undefined". Use partialRecord so the map can be sparse; the engine falls back to series 'A' for any unmapped key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(salary): resolve employer name via getCompanyDisplayName Payslip PDFs, the payslip email, AGI, KU10, and the BG/LB + SEPA payment files now resolve the employer name through getCompanyDisplayName (company_settings.company_name, falling back to companies.name), matching how invoices already display it. Read-side coalesce, so no migration or backfill: companies.name is write-once at onboarding and not authoritative for these surfaces. The sidebar company switcher uses the same coalesce for the non-active companies in the list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(kontoplan): index-only account usage counts + lighter reference load Add a covering index on journal_entry_lines (journal_entry_id, account_number) so get_account_usage_counts becomes an index-only scan (prod worst case ~440ms). Slim /api/bookkeeping/accounts/reference to return only the company's activation rows and merge against the client-bundled BAS_REFERENCE instead of re-sending the full ~1,300-account catalog every load, and defer the BAS catalog + usage counts off the first-paint critical path in ChartOfAccountsManager. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * i18n(salary): add bank-account checksum warning string sv/en strings for the employee bank-account (clearing/kontonummer) soft checksum warning shown by the create/edit forms. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: update decision log Append the 2026-07-06/07 decision entries (salary employer-name coalesce, sidebar switcher, employees API personnummer fix, kontoplan load optimization, momsdeklaration manual filing, recurring invoices resend + reactivation + editing, "spara som mall", voucher-series partial map, and självfaktura via the invoice API). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address compliance-review findings on recurring invoices + moms filing - recurring cron: close the double-send window with an atomic compare-and-set claim on last_run_at (release-on-failure) so two overlapping hourly runs can't both spawn from the same stale batch row - recurring edit dialog: force auto_send=false whenever the effective customer has no email, so a disabled-but-checked box can't PATCH auto_send=true after the async customer load - momsdeklaration manual-filing: truncate rutor to whole kronor (öretal faller bort per SFL 22 kap 1 §) instead of round-to-nearest, matching the SRU path Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

perf: cross-system snappiness batch (middleware, loading states, bundle) (#909)
* perf: cross-system snappiness batch (middleware, loading states, bundle)
Middleware: resolve the active company at most once per request and run
the user_preferences + first-membership queries in parallel, cutting 1-2
sequential DB round trips from every authenticated page load.
Loading states: add loading.tsx skeletons for the six highest-traffic
dashboard routes, render the real salary page header during load instead
of a full-page skeleton, replace the blank fallback={null} Suspense
flashes on customers/articles, and reshape the settings skeleton to
match the actual form layout.
Bundle: defer recharts chart components via next/dynamic on the KPI page
and report views, replace the import page's framer-motion marching-ants
border with a CSS keyframe, and enable optimizePackageImports for
recharts/date-fns/framer-motion.
Transactions: extract the potential-match lookups into a shared parallel
helper; a single-query PostgREST embed is blocked until the
potential_supplier_invoice_id FK exists in prod (see DECISIONS.md).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(transactions): log potential-match query failures instead of dropping them
A DB error in the invoice/supplier-invoice hint lookups previously
surfaced as "no potential match"; log it so failures are diagnosable.

feat(salary): allow recalling approval on a salary run (approved → review) (#894)
* feat(salary): allow recalling approval on a salary run (approved → review) An approved run was a dead end: the only forward path was paid → booked, so a wrong salary snapshot (e.g. stale employee monthly pay) could not be fixed without paying and then storno-correcting. Approval is an internal control point — nothing legally binding happens until payment, booking, or AGI filing — so recalling it is allowed until the AGI reaches Skatteverket. - POST /api/salary/runs/[id]/unapprove: approved → review; clears approved_by/at and payment-file tracking; deletes generated-but-unfiled AGI declarations (stale XML must not stay exportable); 409 once the AGI is pending_signature/submitted/accepted — correction AGI (same specifikationsnummer) is the lawful path then. - New salary_run.approval_reverted event for the audit trail. - "Ångra godkännande" secondary action on the run page with a consequence-aware confirm (payment file possibly at the bank, sent payslips, generated AGI), sv + en. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): delete stale AGI after the unapprove transition, not before Bot-review triage on #894: the declaration delete ran before the optimistic status update, so a failed transition (concurrent flip, transient error) would have destroyed the generated AGI while the run stayed approved. Flip the run first; a delete failure afterwards is harmless (agi_generated_at is already null, regeneration upserts over the orphan). Also record the deleted declaration id in the approval_reverted event payload, and warn in the confirm dialog that a manually filed AGI requires a correction declaration instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): close the unapprove TOCTOU on concurrent AGI filing Superagent P2 + compliance-bot round 2 on #894: AGI submission is allowed from approved (also out-of-band via MCP/public API), so a filing could land between the route's read and its update, and the route would flip the run and delete a submitted declaration. - Re-assert agi_submitted_at IS NULL inside the optimistic update filter, not just on the stale read. - Guard the declaration delete with the same status filter so it no-ops if the declaration advanced since the read; log a miss. - Zero-row update (PGRST116) now returns 409 "status har ändrats" instead of a generic 500. - The approval_reverted event only reports deletedAgiDeclarationId when a row was actually deleted. Check/salary bankid api (#892)
* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup - middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard - BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once (a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first, failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors - bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account - bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink (BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method) - login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: move secondary guides into docs/, delete dead root files Move DOCKER.md, SELF-HOSTING.md, WHITELABEL.md and extensions.md (renamed EXTENSIONS.md) into a new docs/ folder and update all path references (README, setup.sh, .dockerignore image rules, docker-publish workflow comment, _example-branding, lib/branding/service.ts). Delete two dead root files: customer.json (stray API-test payload) and findings.md (point-in-time swarm audit export, criticals already filed). Highlights: Security - agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped - calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only - bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded - agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated Correctness - account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000 rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) -> fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes) - voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced - 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed - assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed - invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent; deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod Convention - ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation, corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right where they figured out how something should be booked. - derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking (settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart) - extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility hints instead of duplicating them - save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts diverged. The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3 templates. Also fixed along the way: - Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all. - mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a non-fileable document before download. - Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR. - FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver (never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie the roll-forward exactly to booked UB. - build-input dedupes warnings now that the PDF path runs the same mapping. Regression test asserts no RR/BR label ever contains a four-digit account number again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr" with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode (prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest years. - lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis) - Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced, naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread - SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and now renders them - opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return 409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors: - Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek. Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate. - Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows. - Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied /api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well. - application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL) validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always failing the magic-byte check. - correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test). - Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE, TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE (company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots, skipping slots held by any existing row. - Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives). - Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of silently skipping the mirror. - Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt guidance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines. ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET /api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot follows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list bundle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks: - One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The separate /salary/runs/new page is gone. - Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail, KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/. - Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token], backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the route from auth redirects. - Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026). - AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid. - Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish, municipality tax-table lookup improvements. messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune, skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before this. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping - Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16 renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged). - Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs don't break the build type-check. - Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76. - template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding. - database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(), which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag. Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging. Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap) Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger, which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all. That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression). Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging. style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(ux): create salary runs, employees & recurring schedules in modals (#883)
* feat(ux): create salary runs, employees & recurring schedules in modals The last three full-page create flows move to ?new=1 URL-driven dialogs, matching the verifikat/invoice pattern (#861): - Salary run: 4-field form on /salary — creation was pure interruption before landing on the run-detail workspace. - Employee: the last register entity still page-based after customers, suppliers, and articles. - Recurring schedule: consistency with the invoice modal it feeds. Old /new routes survive as redirects so bookmarks and agent intents keep working. Dialogs close explicitly (header X / Avbryt) so half-typed forms survive stray Escape or backdrop clicks. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: move DECISIONS.md to repo root dev_docs/ is gitignored, so the decision log was invisible to other developers. Root matches the existing convention (CONTRIBUTING.md, SECURITY.md). CLAUDE.md pointer updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(lint): ignore Claude Code worktrees in eslint walk .claude/worktrees/ holds full repo copies; without the ignore, local npm run lint / check:lint walks them until the ratchet's 64 MB JSON parse buffer overflows. CI is unaffected (no worktrees there). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(dimensions): PR8 salary — employees.default_dimensions, per-employee cost lines, aggregation re-key (#869)
Employees carry a default dimensions bag and the salary booking puts each
employee's cost on their kostnadsställe/projekt
(dev_docs/dimensions_implementation_plan.md PR8):
- employees.default_dimensions (migration 20260702220000; jsonb DEFAULT
'{}' + object CHECK)
- salary-entries: the one-line-per-account aggregation is re-keyed to
account+bag — P&L cost lines (löner incl. line items + base remainder,
arbetsgivaravgifter, semesteravsättning + dess avgifter, pension, SLP)
split per employee bag while every balance-sheet/settlement leg (2710,
1930, 2731, 29xx, 2740, 2514) stays aggregated; liability credits equal
the sum of the rounded debit buckets so entries balance by construction;
dimension-less runs book byte-identically to before. Replaces the dead
SalaryRunEmployee.cost_center/project pair (never wired)
- both book routes (dashboard + v1) read the bag via the employees join —
read-at-book, so the run review shows exactly what will book
- employee form (new + edit) gets a gated Kostnadsställe/Projekt card;
run review shows per-employee dims chips; run GET + v1 employee
routes/schemas + MCP list_employees carry the field
- pre-merge audit: all salary reports (salary-journal, AGI,
avgifter-basis, vacation-liability) read salary_run_employees — not
journal lines — and every ledger consumer sums per account, so the
line split breaks nothing; SIE export + dimension P&L pick the split
up as intended
8 new engine propagation tests + book-route dims flow test.

style(ui): system-wide UX/UI polish pass — design-system conformance + copy cleanup (#835)
* style(ui): system-wide UX/UI polish pass — design-system conformance + copy cleanup Multi-agent scan of all 404 UI files against the locked design system, then 141 verified surgical fixes across 109 files (net -32 lines): - Remove forbidden elevation/motion: shadow-* and rounded-xl on cards, active:scale bounce, hover:shadow on list items, transition-all -> transition-colors. - Drop font-medium from single-weight Hedvig display headings/numerals. - Replace raw rainbow Tailwind status colors with Badge variants / brand tokens / neutral surfaces (achromatic chrome, semantic colors stay data-only). - Route raw dates through formatDate(), hand-rolled currency through formatCurrency(), add tabular-nums to financial figures; text-gray-* -> text-foreground tokens. - Swap hand-rolled skeletons for the Skeleton primitive; off-scale spacing -> token scale. - Fix copy: mislabeled "Leverantörsfakturor" -> "Utgifter" on bank-import outflow total, collapse no-op identical-branch ternaries, broken Swedish diacritics (mojibake), correct mismatch-password toast, correct supplier currency-field label. - Remove PII-leaking debug console.log on register, stray console.logs. Verified: tsc clean on all changed files, eslint clean, production build passes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): sanitize residual error logs in register flow Follow-up to PR review (compliance swarm V16 / GDPR Art.5(1)(f)): the remaining console.error calls in the register flow passed raw error objects, which Supabase may populate with PII (email) in nested fields. Add/pdf and templates (#705)
* fix(invoices): apply configured voucher series to payments + preview next voucher The booking engine resolves the series from default_voucher_series_per_source_type, but the global "Standardserie" dropdown wrote a separate field the engine ignored, and cash-method invoice payments (invoice_cash_payment) weren't exposed in settings — so configured series were silently dropped to "A". - Expose cash/private payment source types in the per-source-type form - Write the global default through to the map on save, keeping overrides - Resolve voucher-sequences/next by source_type (+date) to match the engine - Show the upcoming voucher (V2) in the payment dialog title - Share resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType so preview and booking can't drift Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): keep AGI panel in sync with Skatteverket signing state The AGI panel mixed run-scoped generation state (agi_generated_at, agi_declarations) with period-scoped submission state (extension_data agi_submission_{period}), so the two could drift and present contradictory UI. Reconcile them: - Auto-detect a Mina Sidor BankID signature: while awaiting_signing, poll /agi/kvittenser on mount and on tab refocus so the panel flips to "signed" (hiding the signing actions) without a manual "Hamta kvittens" click. - Warn instead of offering to sign when the locked granskningsunderlag predates the run's latest AGI generation (draftIsStale) — avoids filing superseded figures. - Self-heal a stale "AGI-XML saknas" error once the run's AGI is (re)generated out-of-band (MCP/API/other tab). - Refetch the salary run on tab focus so agi_generated_at reflects out-of-band generation without a hard reload. - /agi/lasUpp now clears the cached agi_submission_{period} record, so unlocking drops the panel back to the pre-submission state instead of stranding it on a released "redo att signeras" draft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: Implement VAT registration handling and invoice item line types - Added VAT registration check in commitCreateInvoice to set VAT rate to 0% for non-VAT registered companies. - Updated invoice creation logic to reflect 'exempt' VAT treatment and adjusted related fields accordingly. - Introduced support for free-text and blank spacer rows in invoice items by adding a new line_type field. - Enhanced invoice and credit note handling to accommodate new line types. - Added new localized messages for text rows in English and Swedish. - Created tests for salary run approval logic, ensuring bank details are validated correctly. - Implemented effective net payout calculation for salary runs, considering tax overrides. - Added SQL migrations to support new invoice item line types and accounting method awareness for linking invoices to vouchers. * feat(articles): artikelregister with revenue account + VAT rate per article Article register (non-inventory) with per-article VAT rate and optional BAS class-3 revenue-account override. Includes API routes, UI pages, MCP tools, pending-operation staging, and the activate-or-create account flow (ACCOUNTS_NOT_IN_CHART -> ActivateAccountsDialog, unknown numbers -> AddAccountDialog) reusing the journal entry UX. Add/transaction deletion (#695)
* feat(salary): add remove-employee button to draft salary runs
The DELETE /api/salary/runs/{id}/employees/{employeeId} endpoint already
existed (draft-only, cascades to the employee's line items) but had no UI
trigger, so a mistakenly added employee could only be cleared by deleting
the whole draft. Add a trash-icon action column to the "Anställda" table,
gated on draft status + write permission to match the endpoint's guard,
with a confirm prompt and success/error toast.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(settings): prevent horizontal overflow on mobile
The company settings invite form was a non-wrapping fixed-width flex row that overflowed narrow viewports, forcing the full-screen settings modal to scroll on the x-axis. Stack the form vertically on mobile (sm:flex-row at and above the sm breakpoint) and add the missing min-w-0 guard to the modal content pane.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(bookkeeping): move journal entry filters into a filter dialog
The ledger toolbar showed every filter inline (fiscal year, sort, series,
date range, missing-documents toggle), which felt cluttered. Keep only the
search field visible and move the rest into a "Filtrera" dialog with an
active-filter count badge.
- JournalEntryList now owns the fiscal-year scope, restored from the same
localStorage key FiscalYearSelector writes, so the page no longer renders
the selector separately.
- Filters apply live and the dialog stays open; "Rensa alla filter" clears them.
- Export STORAGE_KEY_PREFIX / ALL_YEARS_VALUE from FiscalYearSelector so the
list reuses the persisted selection without duplicating the key.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(transactions): implement imported transaction guard for deletion
- Added a guard to prevent deletion of transactions that are imported via bank sync or file uploads.
- Introduced `isImportedTransaction` utility to determine if a transaction is user-created or imported.
- Updated DELETE endpoint to return a 409 status for attempts to delete imported transactions.
- Enhanced transaction history and inbox components to reflect the new deletion rules.
- Added tests for transaction origin determination and deletion behavior.
- Updated UI components to include a confirmation dialog for clearing journal entry forms.
- Localized new strings for clearing form functionality in English and Swedish.
* feat(transactions): enhance transaction deletion guard and improve fiscal year visibility

Add/user feedback (#679)
* feat(bookkeeping): make blocked fiscal-year creation actionable When creating a new räkenskapsår is blocked because a prior period is still open, the "Skapa räkenskapsår" dialog no longer dead-ends on an English toast. The API now returns the canonical bilingual error envelope with the blocking periods (id/name/dates) under details, and the dialog renders a Swedish panel that locks them inline (reversible locked_at) via the existing /lock endpoint and retries creation. The guard rule is unchanged and remains BFL-compliant: BFL 6 kap allows löpande bokföring of the new year in parallel with the prior year's bokslut, so a lock (not a full close) is sufficient and reversible. - Add PERIOD_CREATE_BLOCKED_BY_OPEN_PERIODS structured error code - Return envelope + details.blockingPeriods from the 409 (was English string) - CreatePeriodDialog: inline "lås och skapa" panel + lock-and-retry - Update route tests for the new envelope shape Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): prevent mouse wheel from mutating number inputs A focused <input type="number"> would change its value on scroll, silently turning e.g. a 20000 salary into 19998. Blur number inputs on wheel so the page scrolls instead of editing the value. Applied at the Input primitive so all number fields are protected. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): auto-derive skattetabell and kolumn for employees Replace the opaque manual "Skattetabell (29-42)" and "Kolumn (1-6)" inputs on the employee form with a self-deriving flow: the user picks their folkbokföringskommun from a searchable dropdown and the tax table fills itself in, while the column derives from the personnummer we already collect. - Add a searchable municipality picker (MunicipalityCombobox) backed by a new cached GET /api/salary/tax-tables/kommuner endpoint. - Wrap the whole "Skatt" card in a self-contained EmployeeTaxCard used by both the create and edit pages, with InfoTooltips and named column options. - deriveTaxColumn(): auto-select column 1 for under-66 employees; leave the ambiguous 66+ case (pension vs working senior) to a clearly-named manual choice. - Fix fetchKommunTaxRates() to page through all ~1300 församling rows instead of a single 500-row page (which silently dropped ~200 kommuner, incl. Göteborg) and normalize the uppercase names to title case. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): correct CSV amount-column guess and surface skipped rows Manual CSV column-mapping auto-guess walked each data row right-to-left and picked the first numeric cell as the amount, so on the common ...;Belopp;Saldo layout it grabbed the trailing running-balance column. Extract the guess into a pure, tested suggestColumnMapping(): match header labels first (belopp/amount -> amount, saldo/balance -> balance), auto-fill the balance field, and fall back to value heuristics that skip the balance column and prefer a column carrying negative values. Also surface stats.skipped_rows + parse warnings in BankFileConfirmStep - the manual-mapping path skips the preview step that was the only place they showed, so skipped rows were silently dropped from view. Add a unit test reproducing the Saldo-as-amount regression. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add "Save as draft" functionality for invoices - Implemented a new feature to allow users to save invoices as unnumbered drafts without generating an invoice number until finalized. - Added a `save_as_draft` flag to the CreateInvoiceInput schema to handle draft saving logic. - Updated the invoice creation API to skip number allocation when saving as a draft. - Introduced a new endpoint for finalizing drafts, which allocates an invoice number and emits an `invoice.created` event. - Enhanced the UI to include a "Save as draft" button, with loading states and tooltips. - Updated tests to cover the new draft saving and finalization logic, including race conditions for concurrent modifications. - Added relevant error handling for draft finalization and deletion scenarios. * feat(employee): add employment start and end date fields to employee forms * feat: enhance invoice and salary run handling with improved validation and event logging --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/m sprint fixes (#613)
* fix(dashboard): exclude ignored and already-triaged transactions from stale count The "Gamla transaktioner" widget counted transactions that had been ignored or already marked as is_business=true but not yet booked, so users saw a nag for a row they had already dealt with — and the /transactions inbox correctly hid it. Align the count with the inbox criterion (is_business IS NULL, is_ignored = false) so the widget clears when the row leaves the inbox. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): read entity_type from settings response wrapper The transactions page read entityRes.entity_type directly, but /api/settings returns { data: { entity_type, ... } }. The expression was always undefined, so setEntityType never fired and entityType stayed at its initial 'enskild_firma'. The template picker's entity_type filter then dropped every aktiebolag-tagged user template for AB customers — only entity_type='all' templates made it through. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * stale templates bank sync journal entry from transaction * fixed pr comments * fixed pr comment --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat: voucher linking, recovery ops, and salary overrides (#591)
* feat: voucher linking, recovery ops, and salary overrides Adds reversible/correction-style write paths that customers and agents have been asking for, plus per-run salary employee overrides. Invoice → voucher linking - POST /api/invoices/[id]/link-to-voucher and GET /api/invoices/[id]/voucher-candidates - lib/invoices/voucher-matching.ts with full + pg test coverage - LinkVoucherPicker UI in PaymentBookingDialog - pending_operations.operation_type expanded with link_invoice_voucher (medium risk) and a (journal_entry_id, invoice_id) unique guard - MCP: gnubok_find_voucher_candidates_for_invoice and gnubok_link_invoice_to_voucher tools SIE undo - POST /api/import/sie/[id]/undo + undo_sie_import RPC - sie_imports.status gains 'undone' - ImportResultStep surfaces the action; structured error SIE_UNDO_FAILED Edit-recreate journal entries - POST /api/bookkeeping/journal-entries/[id]/edit-recreate - Bookkeeping detail page wires it into the existing edit flow Delete-last-voucher clears IB link - Trigger + pg test ensure deleting the last voucher of a period nulls the opening_balance_journal_entry_id link so a re-import lands cleanly Salary employee overrides - salary_run_employees gains per-run override fields + migration - lib/salary/effective-values.ts centralises resolved values; all payslip, payment, AGI, KU, and booking routes read through it - SalaryOverridePanel on the employee detail page Account classifier - lib/bookkeeping/account-classifier.ts + tests; AddAccountDialog uses it - backfill-import-accounts script updated Misc - toast: minor styling tweak - AGI generate-declaration: respect effective values - structured-errors: new LINK_INVOICE_VOUCHER namespace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add link_invoice_voucher operation type to pending_operations * feat: refactor salary run calculations and update error handling for SIE imports * fix: PR review feedback on voucher linking and SIE recovery pg-real (blocking): - tests/pg/delete-last-voucher-ib: drop posted_at = now() from the seed UPDATE — journal_entries has no posted_at column. - lib/invoices/__tests__/voucher-matching.pg: seed the posted voucher before closing the fiscal period so enforce_period_lock doesn't block the INSERT during setup. voucher-matching error codes and rollback: - Add LINK_VOUCHER_DB_ERROR (HTTP 500) and return it on real invoice UPDATE / payment INSERT failures. Previously these returned LINK_VOUCHER_VOUCHER_NOT_FOUND (404) which the pending-op dispatcher auto-rejects on transient DB errors. - Log rollback failures explicitly so an invoice left in a half-linked state (advanced status, no payment row) surfaces for manual reconciliation instead of disappearing silently. resyncNextPeriodOpeningBalance ordering: - Create the new IB first, relink the period FK, then storno the old IB. Previously the storno ran first; if createJournalEntry failed the next period was left with a reversed IB and nothing to replace it, and executeSIEImport swallows the error as a non-fatal warning. replace_period_opening_balance_link: - Tighten role check to owner/admin (was owner/admin/member). Matches delete_last_voucher and undo_sie_import. Data minimisation: - /api/invoices/[id]/voucher-candidates and the matching MCP tools now project only the invoice and customer fields the matcher reads, instead of returning the full customer row. Schema bounds: - SalaryEmployeeOverrideSchema caps each numeric override at 10 MSEK to catch typos before they reach the ledger or AGI. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): supply user_id when seeding voucher_sequences voucher_sequences.user_id is NOT NULL (per the multi-tenant refactor in 20260330130000). The previous test seed only set company_id / fiscal_period_id / voucher_series, which made the seed fail with a constraint violation on the latest pg-real run. Pass the same userId used elsewhere in the seed helper. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): scope delete-last-voucher RPC assertions inside the tx withUserContext always ROLLBACKs, so any DELETE the RPC performs is discarded when the callback returns. The previous test then queried journal_entries via a fresh getPool() connection that only saw the pre-RPC committed seed state — hence "expected '1' to be '0'". Move every post-RPC assertion (entry count, period FK clear, opening_balances_set flip, audit log entry, sie_imports clear) inside the same withUserContext callback so they observe the uncommitted state before ROLLBACK fires. Also fix the sie_imports INSERT: the column is `filename`, not `file_name`, and `sie_type` is NOT NULL. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): assert against the IB-marker audit row directly DELETE on journal_entries fires two audit_log writes: the generic write_audit_log() trigger row ("Deleted journal_entries record") and the delete_last_voucher RPC's explicit "(was period IB)" entry. Both land at the same statement_timestamp(), so ORDER BY created_at DESC LIMIT 1 returned the trigger row non-deterministically in CI. Switch to a presence check with a LIKE filter on the IB marker so the test verifies what it actually cares about — that the RPC's IB-aware audit row exists. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(db): set company_id on delete_last_voucher audit_log rows 20260528120000_delete_last_voucher_clears_ib_link.sql inserts directly into audit_log without setting company_id. audit_log's SELECT policy filters company_id IN user_company_ids(), so those rows landed with company_id=NULL and were invisible to every reader — only the generic write_audit_log() trigger row remained visible. That broke BFL audit- trail intent: the "(was period IB)" provenance row was never readable. Republish delete_last_voucher with p_company_id populated on both audit_log INSERTs (draft path and posted path). Behavior is otherwise unchanged; the pg-real test for the IB-clear flow now sees the RPC-written marker row as expected. Fix/chrome pdf preview csp (#572)
* feat: add option to exclude year-end closing entries in SIE export and related reports * delete docs * fix: allow Chrome's PDF viewer in verifikat document preview The /api/documents/:id/inline route shipped with `object-src 'none'` in its CSP, which blocked Chrome's built-in PDF viewer (it renders inline PDFs via an internal <embed>). Users on Chrome saw "Det här innehållet har blockerats" when expanding a PDF attachment in the bookkeeping view; Firefox (PDF.js) and Edge (own viewer) were unaffected, and JPGs worked because <img> isn't subject to object-src. Drops the CSP for this route to the minimum needed for embeddability: `frame-ancestors 'self'`. X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff plus the fixed Content-Type from the handler already block MIME confusion; X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN + frame-ancestors still block clickjacking. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(auth): add webmail deep link to email confirmation screens Mirrors Stripe's signup UX: after asking the user to verify their email, detect their webmail provider from the domain and show a button that opens the inbox in a new tab. Gmail gets a from:<sender> search pre-populated; Outlook/Yahoo/iCloud/Proton open the inbox directly. Unknown / custom domains fall back to the existing copy. Sender address is configurable via NEXT_PUBLIC_BRANDING_AUTH_EMAIL_FROM (default noreply@gnubok.se) so white-label installs can match their Supabase Auth SMTP config. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(auth): unblock first-time password set for BankID users with MFA Supabase rejects updateUser({password}) and mfa.unenroll with "AAL2 session is required" whenever a TOTP factor is enrolled. BankID magic-link logins produce AAL1, and middleware skips MFA enforcement for bankid_linked users, so they had no path to AAL2 — leaving them unable to set a backup password or disable MFA without going through the email-recovery escape hatch. - /api/account/password: branch on app_metadata.has_password. First-time set writes via service.auth.admin.updateUserById (no existing credential to protect, AAL2 guard does not apply). Change-password keeps the user-session updateUser so AAL2 still fires for credential rotation. - /mfa/verify: accept a safeReturnTo query param and route there after successful verify, so step-up flows can land back where they came from. - SecuritySettings: detect the AAL2 error from both change-password and mfa.unenroll and redirect through /mfa/verify?returnTo=/settings/account instead of toasting a dead-end error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add tests and rounding utility for öre precision in bokslut calculations - Implemented `roundOre` function for rounding SEK amounts to two decimal places, ensuring consistent monetary calculations. - Introduced `ORE_TOLERANCE` constant for comparing rounded amounts, facilitating invariant checks in financial entries. - Created comprehensive tests for `roundOre`, covering typical cases, edge cases, and idempotency. - Added year-end invariants tests to verify database-level guarantees for closing entries, ensuring they balance to the öre and reject discrepancies. - Developed end-to-end tests for the dispositions chain, validating the correctness of calculations across various scenarios. * fix: update PDF rendering to remove Swish QR code generation and set default to disable Swish visibility * fix: enhance security by rejecting data URIs in safeReturnTo function tests * fix: improve rounding logic in roundOre function and add customer_type migration * fix: add customer_type column to customers and enforce CHECK constraint --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(ui): balance invoice/new columns; center salary run form (#476)
invoices/new — Fakturadetaljer (5+ fields) is much taller than Kund (a single dropdown), so the prior layout (Fakturarader full-width, Fakturadetaljer alone in row 1) left a large empty gap below Kund. - Fakturarader: lg:col-span-3 → lg:col-span-2 (left side only) - Fakturadetaljer: add lg:row-span-2 so it parallels the Kund + Fakturarader stack on the left Anteckningar / Summering alignment from the prior PR is preserved (both still at row-start-3). salary/runs/new — form was max-w-xl, left-aligned. Felt cramped on the wide content area. - Outer container: add max-w-2xl mx-auto (centered, slightly wider) - Drop the form's now-redundant max-w-xl Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |
