MattssonandClaude Fable 5.1 6a85efb00a feat(mcp): allowlist Grok's connector callback and document the Grok path (#2158)
* feat(mcp): allowlist Grok's connector callback and document the Grok path

Grok custom connectors self-register through /api/mcp-oauth/register with
redirect_uri https://grok.com/connectors-oauth-exchange-code/, which the
built-in allowlist rejected with invalid_redirect_uri before consent. Add
the callback as an exact-path BUILT_IN_PATTERNS entry (trailing slash
optional, no prefix) with provider 'grok', named "Grok (xAI)" on the
consent page. Tests: accept, foreign-host and other-path rejection,
provider mapping, and a register route test for the Grok DCR shape.

Surface Grok next to ChatGPT: a "Using Grok?" side door on the onboarding
Claude step (one side door open at a time, telemetry step grok), a Grok row
under "Other clients" in the API & MCP settings tab using ?client=grok, and
sv/en strings for both. Docs: mcp-server rule, ARCHITECTURE, README,
registry entry (install section), DECISIONS.

* fix(mcp): cite X Corp's published Grok callback, test the consent label

Review pass on #2158: the allowlist comment and DECISIONS entry claimed
xAI publishes no callback and the value came from a live observation; X
Corp lists https://grok.com/connectors-oauth-exchange-code/ as the "Grok
(web)" redirect URL at docs.x.com/x-ads-api/mcp, and grok.com serves the
path itself (slash form 308s to no-slash on the same origin). Reworded
both to cite that. Adds the consent-page test for "Grok (xAI)" next to
the ChatGPT one and a JSDoc on the onboarding side-door toggle.

f266c386f3 chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers (#2150)
* chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers

Remove 33 dead files, ~270 unreferenced exports/types, 13 dead i18n
namespaces and 4 unused dependencies; fold byte-identical helper copies
into one canonical home each (lib/utils chunk/sleep/utcDateStamp,
lib/dates/iso, lib/invariants/uuid, lib/xml/escape, lib/reports/sru/format,
lib/pdf/number-text, lib/browser/panel-request, lib/api/v1/body +
v1ValidationError rolled out to ~55 v1 routes, booking-template schemas).

No behaviour change: v1 bodies and status codes, MCP tool schemas, DB
writes and money math are untouched. Naive ore rounding was deliberately
not swapped for roundOre; see DECISIONS.md 2026-09-02 for the full list
of things left alone on purpose.

tsc, lint, 19588 unit tests and check:guards green; antipattern baseline
ratcheted (naive-ore-round 622 -> 620, hand-rolled-invariant 115 -> 113).

* test(transactions): import RawTransaction from @/types after the ingest re-export removal

CI's type ratchet (check:types, full tsconfig) caught the one test file
that still imported the type through lib/transactions/ingest.

a08bf51ced feat(reports): log behandlingsregler changes and program versions (BFNAR 2013:2 p. 9.16) (#2097)
* feat(reports): log behandlingsregler changes and program versions (BFNAR 2013:2 p. 9.16)

Part 3 of the behandlingshistorik series (#1787 report, #1790 PDF). BFNAR
2013:2 punkt 9.16 second paragraph requires the behandlingshistorik to record
"forandringar i bokforingssystemet som paverkar bokforingsposternas behandling
samt nar dessa forandringar infordes", and BFN's commentary names
behandlingsregler (automatkonteringar, fasta procentsatser) and new program
versions as the examples. Until now both changed without a trace.

Audit triggers on the behandlingsregler tables and the import logs:
mapping_rules, booking_template_library, categorization_templates,
salary_payroll_config, sie_imports, bank_file_imports. categorization_templates
learns on every booking (occurrence_count, confidence, last_seen_date), so
those telemetry-only updates are excluded by a WHEN clause the same way the
api_keys request counters are (20260721115701): only real rule changes are
logged. Measured against prod that is roughly 3 800 new audit rows a month
against an audit_log already taking 371 688, so about +1 %.

app_releases is an append-only log of program versions seen in production,
written by the runtime the first time a build answers a request. Vercel exposes
no build hook we can trust to write the row, so /api/version records it inside
after(): the handler returns synchronously and a floating promise could be
frozen before the insert lands, which is how a version log ends up silently
empty. The service client is constructed lazily so the constantly polled public
probe pays nothing once the module guard is set.

Program versions are rolled up per Swedish calendar day in the report. main
takes ~570 merges a month, so one event per version would be on the order of
7 000 a fiscal year: enough to trip the PDF's own 4 000-event guard and bury the
~400 events a real company's year contains. The statutory unit is the date, and
the same sentence qualifies the requirement to changes that affect processing,
which a deploy list cannot distinguish anyway. app_releases keeps the
per-version truth for anyone who needs to go deeper.

AuditLogEntry.user_id becomes string | null. The column is nullable and
write_audit_log() falls back to auth.uid(), which is NULL for a service-role or
global write; the company-less salary_payroll_config rows are the first that
routinely hit it, and the read model already coded for it.

Also restores the point citations the 2026-07-27 pass removed while the chapter
was unverified: it is kapitel 9, not kapitel 8 (which is arkivering), verified
against BFN's consolidated text.

* test(pg): fix two fixture bugs in the behandlingshistorik trigger tests

pg-real caught both, and neither is in the migration: the inserts fail
before the trigger is reached.

mapping_rules.rule_type is constrained to mcc_code / merchant_name /
description_pattern / amount_threshold / combined; the test used
'merchant'.

booking_template_library's btl_insert policy requires
current_user_can_write() and company_id = current_active_company_id(),
so the authenticated insert needs a company_members row and a
user_preferences.active_company_id, the same setup
booking-template-hidden.pg.test.ts uses.

* test(pg): assert the booking-template audit row inside the user transaction

withUserContext always rolls back, so the audit row the trigger writes
is gone before an outside connection can see it. The trigger fires in
the same transaction as the write, so the assertion belongs there too.
The other cases in this file write on the pool (autocommit) and are
unaffected.

* fix(reports): name every build id in the per-day program-version entry

Raised by the compliance review on #2097: the roll-up listed five ids
and a count, which leaves an auditor unable to reconstruct which
versions ran that day. app_releases keeps the full record, but the
report is the surface anyone actually reads. A day is bounded by the
deploy rate (~19), so the full list stays one readable cell.

Jakob Wennberg dc07ca8872 feat(transactions): steer private marking in locked periods to ignore, with v1 and MCP ignore verbs (#1661) (#2031)
Decision (option a): a private marking stays a real booking (eget uttag/insattning), so it remains blocked in a locked or closed period; the legal escape for rows that are not affarshandelser is ignore. Private + locked now returns TX_CATEGORIZE_PRIVATE_PERIOD_LOCKED with remediation naming the ignore paths instead of a bare PERIOD_LOCKED, on all four categorize surfaces and the bulk driver. New v1 POST/DELETE /transactions/{id}/ignore (isTransactionBooked-based 409, idempotent) and a staged MCP gnubok_ignore_transaction (+ accounted_ alias, search visibility to respect the tools/list payload ceiling) with operation_type ignore_transaction; the CHECK pair 20260831070000/070001 rebuilds the constraint from main's newest list plus the new value. Dashboard toast gains an Ignorera i stallet action. Closes #1661

Jakob Wennberg d39a9719a3 fix(peppol): say Peppol send is gated per company, never absent (#546) (#2021)
Peppol sending has been live since #1780 behind a per-company access grant, but the MCP skills, the swedish-invoice-compliance atom, docs/PEPPOL_FOUNDATION.md and the v1 :send / :mark-sent descriptions still told agents it did not exist. Every text now says gated per company (requested under Installningar > Fakturering) and keeps the restrictions explicit: aktiebolag senders, standard invoices only, Swedish org-number buyers, no MCP or v1 Peppol send verb yet, :mark-sent as the recovery step when a network-accepted send fails issuance. The skills guard test pins the truthful claim across all surfaces. Includes the regenerated agent_atom_registry seeds and skills/accounted-api references. Refs #546

533df34369 fix(payments): make supplier payment batch creation atomic via create_supplier_payment_batch RPC (#1989)
createSupplierPaymentBatch wrote the batch header and its items as two
separate PostgREST inserts, and the active-batch recheck ran app-side
before either. Two concurrent creates selecting the same invoice could
both pass that check and both land an active batch without
confirm_already_batched, and an item-insert failure after the header
landed could leave an empty 'created' batch behind when the best-effort
cancel also failed.

The new SECURITY DEFINER RPC is now the single write path: it locks the
selected invoices FOR UPDATE in id order, re-checks payability, amounts
and active batches inside the transaction, and inserts header + items
together so a constraint violation rolls both back. TypeScript keeps the
shared eligibility evaluation and the msg_id minting (branding lives in
TS); the service result union is unchanged so the route and UI are
untouched.

Closes #1503

9396e54965 docs: correct stale product facts (arkivplan, architecture, agents, self-hosting, extensions, database map) (#1931)
Every statement was verified against the code on main before editing; the
docs had drifted from the product in ways a customer or agent would act on.

- public/docs/arkivplan-mall.md: product named erp-base; magic-link login;
BAS 2025/2026; eu-central/eu-west region; US subprocessors for AI. Now
Accounted, e-mail + password + TOTP (BankID optional), BAS 2026,
eu-north-1 Stockholm, Bedrock in EU with Resend as the only US
subprocessor; adds rättelselogg, Peppol inbound, skattekonto imports and
the säkerhetsbackup ZIP to the räkenskapsinformation tables.
- ARCHITECTURE.md: adds the inline-rättelse correction path, OAuth 2.1 and
lazy MCP auth, accounted-mcp and claude-plugin, 150+ tools.
- AGENTS.md: defers to CLAUDE.md instead of a drifted copy; keeps the
Codex-only constraints with the Supabase project name fixed (erp-base).
- README.md: drops LangChain/OpenAI (not dependencies), Node 20/22 facts,
150+ tools, adds betalfil, Peppol, skattekonto and the Claude plugin.
- docs/PEPPOL_FOUNDATION.md: the two sentences denying network delivery
and inbound support now describe the live Qvalia path.
- docs/SELF-HOSTING.md, docs/DOCKER.md: clone URLs and directory names,
Sentry DSNs are not read by the app, image pinning uses the 7-char SHA
tags the workflow actually publishes (no semver tag has been cut).
- docs/EXTENSIONS.md: replaces the fictional sector tree with the 19 real
  extensions/general directories; lib/reports/sru-encoding.ts.
- .claude/rules/database.md: 680+ migrations, ~170 live tables, adds the
tables and RPCs that matter since July, drops sandbox_users.

188816652d docs(api, mcp): tool counts, changelog backfill, version-header honesty, lazy auth, endpoint map (#1929)
Brings the developer-facing API and MCP docs back in line with origin/main
(audit 2026-08-26). Docs only; no runtime behaviour changes.

- Tool counts: the server registers 153 tools; docs said 90+/100+/120.
All now say "150+" (connect-claude, gnubok-mcp README, plugin README,
mcp-server rules, CLAUDE.md, registry entry with refreshed updatedAt).
Not derived from the tools array: lib/ must not import @/extensions/.
- REST changelog: backfilled the additive 2026-08 changes (#1909 report
  date ranges + PDFs, #1864 POST /companies, #1773 vat-declarations,
  #1405 PATCH settings, #1724/#1788 customer personal_number, #1809
cash_account_id filter). API version date unchanged.
- Version headers: Gnubok-Deprecation is planned, not emitted; the
Gnubok-Version request header is not read today (version.ts comment,
versioning page, conventions overlay, regenerated skills/accounted-api).
- connect-claude Path A documents lazy auth (connector works before an
account exists; sign-in on the first company-scoped call).
- MCP server README: real Anthropic SDK call sites, real resource URIs,
  pending-operations widget, public-tools/tasks/origin-guard/pii-guard.
Rules file gains Lazy auth + feedback/tasks paragraphs.
- api-routes endpoint map regenerated from the filesystem (560 routes,
55 families incl. v1, agent, reconciliation account-keyed, dimensions,
peppol, rot-rut, webshop-orders, mileage, billing, skatteverket,
  receipt-hunt).
- gnubok-mcp/accounted-mcp: /settings?tab=api is the pre-redesign URL;
now /settings/api (README + help hints, no version bump).

3e4b5ddc80 docs(skills): Sweden's Peppol Authority is Upphandlingsmyndigheten, not DIGG (#1736)
The e-handel and Peppol functions moved from DIGG to Upphandlingsmyndigheten
on 1 July 2026 (regeringsbeslut Fi2025/01826). The skill was written before the
handover and still told agents to sign with DIGG and mail peppol@digg.se.

Corrected across all eight files of the atom, repointed four digg.se URLs to
their verified redirect targets, and replaced the discontinued DIGG Peppol
testbadd (hard 404, no successor) with the SFTI Validex verification service.

Also refreshed the Service Provider path in peppol-network.md, which was thin
on what the process actually costs and requires:

- ISO/IEC 27001 mandatory for every Service Provider from 1 July 2027, with the
1 Sept 2026 and 1 Oct 2026 interim milestones and the required SoA scope
- the SP Agreement clauses that drive product design: 9.2 end user
  identification, 9.7 authority-ordered blocking, 9.4.2 logging floor, 15
subcontracting (the basis of the white-label market), 18 penalties, 19.3
liability caps, 22 auto-termination on membership lapse
- the six Testbed cases and their prerequisites, including TLS grade A
- mandatory monthly TSR and EUSR reporting
- SMP-only fee row, and why AP-only is a trap for a SaaS vendor
- clause 14.3: a Peppol Authority may not charge for connecting

Regenerated the atom body migration (npm run skills:generate).

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 436cbf5304 fix(skattekonto): route AGI draw back to 2731 to match salary module (#1905)
* fix(skattekonto): route AGI draw back to 2731 to match salary module (#1870)

Migration 20260519160000 moved the skattekonto AGI seed to 2730 while the
salary module kept crediting 2731, splitting the employer-contribution
liability across two accounts that never net at account level (both carry
SRU 7231, so only huvudbok reconciliation exposes the drift). Revert the
system seed to 2731: BAS 2026 defines 2731 as the reported-but-unpaid
arbetsgivaravgift liability (the accrual account is 2940), and the salary
ore-residual logic is built around 2731.

Historical 2730 debits since 2026-05-19 are left for per-company reclass
verifikat; the migration touches the system seed only.

Fixes #1870

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(skattekonto): bump migration version to avoid collision with 20260825120000_create_company_for_user

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(payroll): align remaining 2730 guidance surfaces on 2731 (#1870)

Skeptic regression finding: companies booking salary manually were taught
7510/2730 by in-product guidance, so the seed revert alone would re-create
the #1870 split mirrored for them. Align every guidance surface on 2731:

- packs/loneutbetalning.yaml legal_note
- MCP payroll-monthly skill (booking recipe and rate notes)
- swedish-payroll SKILL.md + references/bas-7xxx.md (2731 convention, 2730
group-account alternative, never mixed; accrual is 2940) + regenerated
  agent atom seed (skills:generate -> 20260825180001)
- public/docs/systemdokumentation-mall.md

Also addresses the compliance review finding that the swedish-payroll skill
contradicted the migration.

9fc05c383f feat(notices): one aggregated notice line instead of stacked degraded-state banners (#1733)
* feat(notices): lib/notices aggregator + single notice line on Hem

Degraded-state surfaces (broken/expiring bank connections, Skatteverket
reconnect, failing cloud backups, wrong-account hint) each hand-rolled
their own detection and stacked independently on the dashboard. This adds
lib/notices, mirroring lib/worklist, as the single owner of every health
predicate, and de-clutters the surfaces:

- lib/notices/{types,predicates,categories,aggregate}: five documented
categories with a fixed priority order; every predicate soft-fails to
null; pure decision helpers live in predicates.ts so 'use client' pages
can import them without pulling server-only modules. Broken supersedes
expiring for the same bank connection by construction (status filter).
- GET /api/notices + POST /api/notices/dismiss (withRouteContext), and a
  notice_dismissals table (per company+user+notice_id, RLS user-scoped).
Notice ids embed a state discriminator, so a dismissal hides exactly
the state the user saw and a NEW failure surfaces again.
- Hem renders only the highest-priority notice as ONE AttnLine where the
boxed BackupHealthBanner card sat (banner deleted; its multi-provider
sentence logic moved into the backup_failing predicate), with a quiet
"+N till" inline expander. otherAccountHint joins the same list as the
lowest-priority category instead of an unconditional extra line.
- transactions and skattekonto keep their own AttnLine copy/CTA but source
the reconnect decision from the shared skvStatusNeedsReconnect /
skvAuthErrorNeedsReconnect predicates; Hem's Bevaka row imports the
expiring-consent day-math instead of duplicating it.
- design.md convention 6 addendum: max one global notice line + max one
page-domain attn line (locked convention: needs founder sign-off).
- i18n: new notices namespace in sv+en; moved banner/hint keys deleted.
- notice_dismissals classified as archive-excluded (UI state, not
räkenskapsinformation) to satisfy the full-archive contract.

SkatteverketPromoCard keeps its localStorage dismiss for now; migrating it
to notice_dismissals is a follow-up.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(notices): stable dismissals with reaping, bounded ids, unnamed-bank copy

Review fixes on the notice aggregator:

- Migration renamed 20260819080000 -> 20260819190000_notice_dismissals.sql
(version collision with another in-flight PR; content unchanged).
- backup_failing dismissal stability: the id no longer embeds
  last_auto_sync_at / needs_reauth_at, which the cron re-stamps while the
SAME incident persists and so resurrected a dismissed notice daily. The
id is now stable per (provider, reason), and the opposite direction is
kept correct by stale-dismissal reaping in getCompanyNotices: when a
category is currently healthy, the caller's stored dismissals for that
category (matched on the 'category:' id prefix) are best-effort deleted,
so error -> dismiss -> healthy (reaped) -> new error resurfaces. Audit of
the other ids: bank ids embed connection id + status/expiry and skv
embeds the incident's first-error/expiry timestamp (markNeedsReconsent
only fires post-connect), all stable per incident; they get the same
reaping as hygiene. Contract documented on Notice.id in types.ts.
- NULL bank_name no longer interpolates the Swedish fallback 'banken' into
the English message: a bank_broken_one_unnamed message variant (sv + en)
is selected instead of a name param.
- Bounded notice ids: folding several connections into one discriminator
now collapses to count + first 8 hex of a sha256 over the sorted parts
(node:crypto, server-only) instead of concatenating uuids; single
connection ids stay human-readable. Dismiss schema cap tightened to 200
  with an updated rationale.
- Tests: persisting failure stays dismissed across two aggregations,
healthy state reaps, new failure after reap resurfaces, hint never
reaped, failed reap swallowed, 30-connection id under 200 chars and
stable across orderings, unnamed-bank variant, sorted backup id stable
  across cron re-stamps.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(notices): pg-real coverage for the notice_dismissals policies

The coverage gate is right to flag the migration: every policy on this table
binds company membership AND auth.uid(), and nothing exercised it. The suite
pins the property that makes the table different from the rest of the schema:
a dismissal is personal, so a colleague in the same company keeps seeing a
notice the other member hid. It also covers the upsert re-stamp (which needs
the UPDATE policy), cross-tenant refusal, dismissing on behalf of another
user, the caller-scoped DELETE that reaping relies on, and the composite key.

Falsification-verified against a real Postgres: weakening the SELECT policy
to company-only scoping fails the colleague-isolation test.

1470596591 feat(mcp): make agent feedback a read loop, advertise the tool, and stop over-promising (#1650)
* feat(mcp): make agent feedback a read loop, advertise the tool, and stop over-promising

gnubok_feedback had collected 40 reports since May with no read surface
(no page, digest, or script), while replying "We aggregate signal
weekly". Triaged in full on 2026-08-17 (16 fixed / 12 open / 8 gaps /
4 partial; P0/P1 fixes in #1644-#1649).

- New local loop skill /loop-feedback-triage: reads agent.feedback rows
past a sequence watermark (seeded at 213147), verifies each against
main, appends a dated digest to dev_docs/mcp_feedback_digest.md
(local-only, dev_docs is gitignored), opens small fix PRs through the
loop-verify gate. Never merges, never files issues. Closes the
feedback-digest backlog item blocked since 2026-07-09 on a channel
  decision.
- The tool is now advertised in the server instructions block and as
feedback_channel in gnubok_get_agent_briefing (it was discoverable only
by scanning tools/list). Reply copy is honest about what happens.
- SIE duplicate-block errors name the blocking import id and point at
  undo-then-retry (gnubok_undo_sie_import / Angra import): agents were
stuck behind a completed zero-entry import without knowing the way out.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mcp): trim feedback_channel schema description to stay under the tools/list size guard

The added briefing field crossed the 59.7K projected-token ceiling by 6
once #1411's tool landed on main. Trimmed the description prose rather
than bumping the ceiling, per the guard's own instruction.

omsättningstillgångar utöver normala nedskrivningar" in both the K2
årsredovisning mapper (preview + filed iXBRL) and the INK2R engine.
Per the official BAS kopplingstabell (INK2R 3.9/3.10), only 774x and
779x belong there; 7700-7739 and 7750-7789 (nedskrivningar of
anläggningstillgångar and their återföringar) belong on "Av- och
nedskrivningar av materiella och immateriella anläggningstillgångar"
together with 78xx. Totals were unaffected; the line split was wrong
for four BAS account groups.

Reported via gnubok_feedback 2026-07-07 (K2 side). The stale
swedish-sru-filing reference row carried the same error and is
corrected to match.

9686b54b41 refactor(design): lock the border-radius ladder, one radius per role (#1607)
Seven radii were in circulation (4/5/6/8/12/16px + pill) with no rule for
which went where; one toolbar row on /transactions mixed four shape
languages. This locks a 4-tier ladder (design.md convention 16):

- pill: interactive toolbar controls (buttons, chips, pickers, segmented
  controls, toolbar search, count nubs)
- rounded-xl (12px): overlay tier: page panel, dialogs, slide-overs
- rounded-lg (8px): cards, form fields, popover/menu content, boxes
- rounded-sm (4px): nested leaves (menu items, checkboxes, kbd/code nubs)

Changes:
- New SegmentedControl primitive (pill-in-pill tablist, h-8) replaces the
  hand-rolled bg-muted/70 tablist copied across 11 files
- New ToolbarSearch primitive (pill, h-8) adopted on 9 page toolbars;
dialog/picker searches keep the rounded-lg Input
- dialog.tsx 8px -> 12px, matching SettingsModal/slide-over/CommandPalette
- ContextPicker chips at the shared h-8 toolbar height
- ~300 rounded-md / bare rounded call sites remapped by role; auth icon
tiles and the mobile nav sheet come down from 16px to 12px
- rounded-md, bare rounded, rounded-2xl and rounded-[Npx] are dead
vocabulary, enforced by a new off-ladder-radius check in check:guards

Verified: lint 0 errors, 14422 unit tests pass, check:guards green, tsc
clean on all changed files, sandbox screenshots of transactions/
bookkeeping/granskning toolbars and the Ny verifikation dialog.

11b82cbb91 feat(api): installable accounted-api agent skill + openapi-to-skill generator (#1516)
* feat(api): installable accounted-api agent skill + openapi-to-skill generator

Three layers, per the July/August 2026 agent-skills ecosystem (skills.sh /
npx skills add, as used by Stripe/Cloudflare/Supabase for their APIs):

- skills/openapi-to-skill/: generic, installable skill that turns any
OpenAPI spec into a consumer-side integration skill, with a portable
stdlib-only inventory/condenser tool and an output template + quality
  checklist encoding the distill-not-restate methodology.
- skills/accounted-api/: the installable skill for our own API, rendered
deterministically by scripts/api-skill/generate.ts from the v1 endpoint
registry + hand-authored overlays (auth, conventions, domain gotchas).
CI gate: npm run apiskill:check (core-build.yml).
- lib/api/v1/registry.ts: generateOpenApiSpec now emits requestBody (incl.
multipart binary parts) and path parameters, and the Zod converter learned
.default()/z.record()/.pipe()/.transform(), so the public spec carries
  request contracts instead of prose-only.

Docs: /docs/api landing + /llms.txt now point agents at the skill install;
corrected the stale test-key description in the landing (test keys read
real data and force dry-run writes; they are not sandbox-company bound).

0d0415e19c fix(vat): danstillställningar 25% → 6% from 2026-07-01 in guidance and suggestions (#1491)
* fix(vat): danstillställningar 25% to 6% from 2026-07-01 in guidance and suggestions (#1483)

From 2026-07-01 tillträde till danstillställningar is 6% VAT, aligned with
other cultural events. 6% was already a supported rate; every guidance
surface was silent on the change, so a dance-event customer plausibly got
25% suggested.

- swedish-vat skill: rate table row + a July 2026 change note under rate
misclassification (cutover date, mixed-venue split vs 25% alcohol), and
the 2631 account table mentions dance admission
- revenue_reduced_6 descriptor: dans/danstillstallning/dansband/entre
keywords and updated description, which flows to both the UI suggestions
  and gnubok_suggest_categories via findMatchingTemplates
- atom seed regenerated; the generator now emits a version-downgrade guard
on the ON CONFLICT so two branches each carrying a full 108-atom seed can
no longer clobber each other's atom bodies depending on merge order

Closes #1483

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* review(vat): drop overbroad entré keyword, cite SkU25 and the prepayment rule

Two findings from the Swedish compliance review bot:
- bare 'entré' matched generic admission that is not always reduced-rate;
  the dance-specific keywords stay
- the rate claim now cites its primary sources (riksdagen 2025/26:SkU25,
Skatteverket halvårsskiftet 2026) and records that tickets sold and paid
  before 2026-07-01 keep 25%

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* review(vat): admission-specific keywords only, explicit cutoff wording, seed rebuilt post-merge

- bare 'dans' also matched dance courses and artist fees; keep
  danstillställning/dansband and add danskväll
- rate table states the boundary explicitly: 25% through 30 June 2026
- atom seed regenerated from the tree that now includes #1489, emitted as
  20260810121001

fe1ff8649b fix(bookkeeping): drop non-standard account 2012, book EF F-skatt on 2013 (#1409) (#1489)
Primary-source check against bas.se (BAS 2026 v2): the official kontoplan
has no account 2012; the enskild firma equity block is 2010, 2011, 2013,
2017, 2018, 2019. 2012 'Avräkning för skatter och avgifter' is a program
convention (Visma, Bokio, Björn Lundén), not standard BAS, and a
non-standard account in BAS_REFERENCE leaks via the backfill into charts,
SIE export and SRU filing.

- remove 2012 from class-2-equity-liabilities.ts, with a tombstone comment
- migration retargets 'Preliminär F-skatt (EF)' lines 2012 -> 2013
(system row plus any clones still carrying the seeded shape)
- pin 2012's absence in bas-ef-equity-accounts.test.ts (2113 precedent)
- correct the swedish-year-end-closing references that motivated #1388,
  regenerate atom seed migration

Companies whose charts already got 2012 backfilled keep it: existing
history stays valid; only future template use books 2013.

4ccebd3645 feat(loops): regeluppdat + docs-freshness scans (#1417) (#1478)
* feat(loops): regeluppdat + docs-freshness scans (#1417)

Two new local loops per .claude/loops.md conventions:

- loop-regeluppdat (monthly): sweeps official Swedish sources (Skatteverket,
BFN, Bolagsverket, regeringen/riksdagen, BAS, DIGG/ViDA) for regulatory
changes, verifies each against the codebase anchors, and files deduped
tickets for gaps. Tickets only, never code: regulatory changes touch money
  math and compliance surfaces.
- loop-docs-freshness (weekly): runs scripts/check-docs-freshness.mts, which
builds every docs page from source and diffs it against the live .md
mirrors on docs.accounted.se; files one deduped drift issue and proposes
the re-export PR in the gnubok-website repo.

Both self-gate on run markers so any invocation is idempotent; loop-ignite
now runs them when due (session crons cannot express weekly/monthly).
Labels loop:docs and loop:regeluppdat created on the repo.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 39f4ecdad4 fix(providers): surface migration step errors; INK2 SRU 7104; non-modal invoice dialog (#1465)
* feat(mileage): körjournal with milersättning booking, MCP tools and CSV export

New mileage_trips table (RLS, booked-delete trigger per BFL retention),
lib/mileage service reusing the payroll schablon rates, /api/mileage routes
(trips CRUD, period booking to 7331, salary-run push, körjournal CSV),
Körjournal dashboard page + nav, and three staged MCP tools (search-only
catalog). Trips book as one verifikat per period via the engine; salary
path inserts mileage_taxfree line items. mileage_trips classified in the
full-archive export.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(mileage): use shared roundOre helper per tightened ratchet baseline

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mileage): pending_operations op-type migration + Swedish review findings

- New migration pair adds log_mileage_trip/book_mileage_period to the
  pending_operations operation_type CHECK (pg-real audit).
- bookMileagePeriod refuses a period spanning several employees and names
the employee in the verifikationstext when scoped (BFL motpart).
- vehicle_registration required for förmånsbil trips (schema, service,
MCP staging, UI surfaces the field).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mileage): claim-first booking, CSV injection guard and driver column

- bookMileagePeriod claims trips (draft to booked CAS) before creating the
verifikat, so a concurrent second booking loses the race instead of
double-booking; claim reverts if verifikat creation fails.
- Körjournal CSV neutralizes formula-injection triggers (OWASP) and adds a
Förare column naming the employee per trip.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mileage): resolve CodeRabbit + Swedish review round: race, drift and hardening

- Copying a round trip no longer re-doubles the stored distance.
- pushMileageToSalaryRun claims trips before inserting line items (retry can
no longer double-pay); CLAIM_LOST replaces misleading NO_TRIPS on lost races.
- Booked trips are DB-immutable via a BEFORE UPDATE trigger (new migration
20260807113215): only claim/link/revert transitions and notes edits pass.
- Cross-year periods rejected (schablon rates are per calendar year); payroll
config year read from the date string, not TZ-dependent getFullYear().
- MCP staged bookings freeze the previewed trip set (trip_ids in params) and
the commit fails on drift; validation errors return 400, not 500.
- PATCH enforces the förmånsbil regnr rule on the effective row; export
validates dates before they reach the Content-Disposition header; employee_id
is verified company-scoped on trip creation; stale orphaned claims released.
- UI: fetch flags reset in finally; ICU plural for draft summary; distance
stored at the column's 1-decimal precision.
- Tests: [id] route suite, pushMileageToSalaryRun suite, claim-race, drift,
  cross-year and update-trigger pg cases.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mileage): revert-to-draft must clear salary_run_id at the trigger level

New migration 20260807114924 replaces the booked-immutability function: a
booked -> draft revert now rejects rows keeping salary_run_id, closing the
DB-level double-pay path CodeRabbit flagged. pg test pins both directions;
the CLAIM_LOST unit test now asserts the revert.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(mileage): valid v4 uuid in cross-company employee PATCH test

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(providers): surface migration step errors instead of silent empty syncs

A Visma company without the API module activated (403 ErrorCode 4002,
"No access to module: api_standard") failed every provider call during
migration, yet the wizard reported success with zero rows and mapped the
403 to "reconnect", which loops forever since OAuth succeeds against
Visma's shared identity server. A real user burned time re-syncing and
reconnecting, then filed the config issue as a bug.

- New PROVIDER_API_MODULE_INACTIVE code; classifyProviderError reads the
error body and recognizes the module error before the 403 to
AUTH_EXPIRED mapping. Registry entry carries the remediation in
Swedish and English (activate the API under Appar och tillagg, paid
add-on on smaller plans, clear standardforetag, SIE fallback).
- Orchestrator: connection-level failures (auth expired, license
missing, module inactive) rethrow and abort the doomed run so /migrate
answers with the typed code; other step failures stay non-fatal but
land on results.stepErrors instead of only in server logs.
- /preview fails fast on the two subscription codes so the user reads
the remediation at connect time, before any sync.
- Wizard: preview treats the new code like the Fortnox license case
(CTA + SIE fallback); the result step renders error cards per cause
  and says "Migrering delvis genomford" instead of "Allt ar uppdaterat";
the completion toast is honest on partial failure.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(ink2): SRU field 1.1 is 7104, not 7113 (Skatteverket rejects 7113)

The INK2 huvudblankett code for 1.1 Overskott av naringsverksamhet is
7104 per Skatteverket's official 2025P4 faltkoder (INK2_SKV2002-33-01-24-04).
We emitted 7113, which does not exist on INK2, so filoverforing rejected
every profitable company's BLANKETTER.SRU with 'UPPGIFT 7113 ar inte ett
giltigt postnamn' (reported by a user for FY 2024-10-07..2025-12-31).
Underskott (7114) was already correct.

The wrong code originated in the swedish-sru-filing skill reference;
fixed there too and regenerated the atom seed. All other emitted
INK2/INK2R/INK2S codes verified against the official 2025P4 lists.

* fix(invoices): keep the AI chat usable over the new-invoice dialog

The new-invoice dialog was a modal Radix dialog: modal mode sets body
pointer-events: none, aria-hidden on body siblings, and a focus trap, so
the agent sheet (z-60, painted above the dialog) was visible but dead:
clicks swallowed, input unfocusable, and all three dismiss paths
preventDefaulted, leaving no way out except the header X.

Now non-modal: page modality is restored by hand instead. A new
DialogVeil primitive supplies the backdrop (Radix renders no overlay in
non-modal mode) at z-40, under dialog content (z-50) and the agent sheet
(z-60), and inert on #dash-shell blocks pointer, keyboard, and AT access
to the page behind while the sheet (a body-level sibling) stays live.
The lazy-load fallback dialog on /invoices gets the same treatment so a
hung or 404'd chunk cannot dead-lock the route.

* feat(assets): atomic asset disposal workflow (avyttring, utrangering, verksamhetsoverlatelse)

Disposal books depreciation to the disposal date, clears cost and
accumulated depreciation, books gain (3973) or loss (7973), applies
output VAT on third-party sales, honors the ML 5 kap. 38 §
verksamhetsoverlatelse exemption, and recalculates ML 15 kap. jamkning
server-side from tax years and original input VAT. The voucher, the
disposal-date depreciation schedule and the immutable register state
commit in one dedicated commit_asset_disposal RPC transaction that
delegates voucher numbering to commit_journal_entry.

Fixes #325

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(assets): harden disposal per review and pg-real findings

- commit_asset_disposal now uses the NULL-safe caller_is_company_member()
guard (tenant-guard ratchet) and passes the allowed 'user_accept'
commit_method instead of the unlisted 'asset_disposal' value
- disposal metadata invariants validated in the RPC (non-negative
proceeds/VAT, VAT requires a treatment, VAT <= gross, scrap carries no
proceeds) since the RPC is independently callable
- new FK and CHECK constraints added NOT VALID + VALIDATE CONSTRAINT so
the migration never blocks writes on the hot journal_entries table
- disposeAsset paginates fiscal periods and depreciation schedules with
  fetchAllRows; jamkning_remaining_years keeps a valid 0 (?? not ||)
- engine imports shared AssetDisposalType/AssetJamkningDirection/
VatTreatment unions; post-commit reload retries once and logs before
surfacing, so a transient read cannot masquerade as a failed disposal
- dispose page parses Swedish-formatted amounts (125 000,50) and blocks
  submission on unparseable proceeds
- assets pg tests write disposal attributes in the disposal transition
itself and gain a regression test that the register is frozen after

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 5 bc5c673f7d fix(ui): reach touch-only actions, confirm before posting, drop a dead ring (#1280)
* fix(ui): reach touch-only actions, confirm before posting, drop a dead ring

Three defects from the UI craft audit where the interface is wrong, not
just inconsistent.

Unreachable on touch: 'Markera klar' on deadlines and the bulk-select
checkbox on /pending were 'opacity-0 group-hover:opacity-100'. Coarse
pointers never fire hover and DeadlineForm has no completion control, so
on a phone there was no way to mark a deadline done at all. Factored the
reveal into HOVER_REVEAL_CLASS, which adds pointer-coarse:opacity-100.

Unguarded ledger writes: 'Bokför' on the journal-entry detail page and on
the invoice detail page posted an immutable verifikat on one click, one
screen after the list confirmed the identical action. Both now open a
ConfirmDialog describing the outcome up front (convention 10), reusing
the list's indicative voucher-number prefetch.

Dead ring: SummaryCard emitted ring-1 ring-primary/40 and ring-1
ring-warning/40 on the same element, so the two set the same custom
property and one silently lost. The override is an exception, so it is a
Badge now (conventions 5 and 12).

Also corrects the design.md primitives table, which named ui/table.tsx as
the data-table primitive while 17 files use ui/dry-table.tsx; building a
list page from the documented row produced ~15% taller rows and a
different hover tint, which had already happened twice.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(ui): let the post-confirm dialog close after a successful commit

ConfirmDialog calls onOpenChange(false) immediately after `await onConfirm()`
resolves, but handleCommit/handleBook clear their in-flight flag in a
`finally` block, so the guard's closure still saw isCommitting/isUpdating as
true and swallowed the close: the dialog would sit open over a booking that
had already succeeded.

The guard was redundant as well as wrong. ConfirmDialog already blocks
Radix-initiated closes while pending, via `onOpenChange={(next) => !pending
&& onOpenChange(next)}` on the Dialog itself. Passing the setter directly
matches every other dialog on both pages.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 f3eacb436d Fix/articles (#1216)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership

The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no
company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise,
while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and
retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could
hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production.

Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already
carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from
COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then
revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised
statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that
are not repeated.

userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a
NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile
rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side

The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain
base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was
minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned
a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post
the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's
consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger.

State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row,
consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and
expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing.
provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client.
provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up.

Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status
oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before
the scoped check ran.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A)

The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were
documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a
member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept
direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank
statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in
20260416120000; this bucket was left behind.

Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the
uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and
reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which
drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining
legacy prefix objects.

The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid
the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a
uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix
qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail
the whole query instead of filtering the row out.

deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored
pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to
erase.

The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry
run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and
SHA-256 identical before repointing the row.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events

This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no
downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify
company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and
was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key
falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went
straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user
had been removed from the company kept reading.

Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members
with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead
of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return
a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error
strings with the canonical envelope.

Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is
gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every
other v1 read endpoint.

* perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds

A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced
fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and
had become the top application consumer of production database time:
measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds
of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at
7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on
the booking path.

PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a
correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops
Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole
journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side
instead turns that into two indexed round trips.

Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent
entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove
a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at
PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling.

Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query
stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the
truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The
accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead,
since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows.

commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the
read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check.

* fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at

Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh
next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column,
which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor
timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never
applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped
on the newest rows indefinitely.

The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap;
the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with
an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly.
ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change
sort semantics on the route that currently works.

Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every
business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and
date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had
them.

The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters,
because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug
is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard
iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging.

* fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash

The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query
string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow
documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same
Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and
wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a
write that never happened.

dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional
boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write,
and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail
the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call
sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent
cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all.

* ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review

The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so
was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and
re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to
5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0.

Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so
an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still
finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH
would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was
rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the
full tree.

The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that
package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift
went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the
lockfile, never workflow files.

* build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json

vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were
byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent
recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up
idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of
daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily.

Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the
whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into
the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its
extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were
already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which
settles the intent.

documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession:
the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is
capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the
integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention.

webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day
on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since
the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line
place to change that.

A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list,
and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they
are named rather than silently rotting.

* chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink

There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel
retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven
code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry
captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug
fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email.

This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a
no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an
adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined
by next.config.ts.

Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger
and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application
data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink
calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry
personnummer and financial data.

verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without
touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated
without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The
threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing
the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible.

The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code
actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client
side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not
forwarded.

* fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces

Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with
one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven
to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open
decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md.

Structural roots closed:
- resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking
1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING
- ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document,
not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed
- sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the
exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed
- tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed
CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all
  four baselines now empty
- three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import,
  ungated-extension-route

Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap),
RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag
resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent
polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure
and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/
Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites
with isSwedishUserMessage extended.

Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice,
recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep
work and are verified green together.

13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge.
20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new
DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres).

Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0
errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500.

* fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version

origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping
our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase
apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time.

* fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices

A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and
~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass:

- replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for
service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid()
(impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a
Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo
- bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of
writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns
- credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no
  cross-tenant figures in exception text
- link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end
- personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE
- same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book
realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse
- receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts
- period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap
- documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout
reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source
sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping
- invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression),
duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran
- match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat)
- refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window)
- KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint
- personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools
- worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths
- MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit
on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk
- observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted
stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True,
cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings
  call removed)

Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers
are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md.

* feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests

* fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215

pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role
GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the
invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() =
'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the
shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a
fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher
migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text,
reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the
null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use
public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved.

Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form
instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column,
and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt
failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's
staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit
path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and
gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no
longer renders as already filed.

Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern
(all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000).

* fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215

- restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the
NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version
never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch
- replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap
warning texts and update the pinned test expectations
- drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment
- strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests

renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s
default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(review): remediate the 2026-07-27 compliance and security review findings

- ROT/RUT deduction base is arbetskostnaden INKLUSIVE moms (HUSFL 2009:194
6-9 par.): computeDeduction takes the line vat_rate, all five call sites
pass it, and tests pin Skatteverkets worked example (18 000 kr excl =
  22 500 incl, ROT 6 750).
- Momsdeklaration: new SALES_OUTPUT_VAT_SHORTFALL warning catches output VAT
short of the reported sales base (one-directional, never filing-blocking).
- SIE import: #RAR records validated for every year index (dates, ordering,
  18-month BFL cap as warn-and-keep).
- build-invoice-write: SEK invoices populate the *_sek twin columns (rate 1)
so both creation paths produce the same row shape.
- CI: daily Trivy SCA scan of the npm lockfile (replaces removed Dependabot);
compliance review fails loudly on empty review.md.
- arcim migration FX logging routed through the redacting structured logger.
- docs/security/: authorization policy for the SIE bulk-delete RPC pair and
  the observability redaction contract.
- Rewrote the swedish-payroll ob-overtime reference (was a byte-identical
copy of sick-pay.md); skills:generate emitted the atom-body seed migration.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 f24b26a139 fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership

* fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A)

* fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events

* perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds

A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced
fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and
had become the top application consumer of production database time:
measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds

not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed
- sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the
exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed
- tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed
CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all
  four baselines now empty
- three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import,
  ungated-extension-route

Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap),
RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag
resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent
polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure
and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/
Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites
with isSwedishUserMessage extended.

Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice,
recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep
work and are verified green together.

13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge.
20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new
DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres).

Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0
errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500.

* fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version

origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping
our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase
apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time.

* fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices

A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and
~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass:

- replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for
service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid()
(impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a
Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo
- bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of
writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns
- credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no
  cross-tenant figures in exception text
- link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end
- personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE
- same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book
realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse
- receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts
- period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap
- documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout
reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source
sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping
- invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression),
duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran
- match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat)
- refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window)
- KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint
- personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools
- worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths
- MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit
on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk
- observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted
stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True,
cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings
  call removed)

Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers
are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md.

* feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests

* fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215

pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role
GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the
invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() =

* test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests

renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s
default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Fable 5 c210a01db5 docs(design): sync design guidance with the shipped system + new Stripe mark (#1211)
* docs(design): sync design guidance with the shipped frame-layout system

The design-scan skills and workflow predate the 2026-07 UI migration; they
delegated to .claude/rules/design.md but their inline checklists knew nothing
of the locked conventions, so scans could not flag violations of frame layout,
one-line rows, chips-as-exceptions or .attn. This adds the conventions to
scout-design, loop-design-scan, the /create-ticket design prompt and the
design-scan workflow contract.

design.md itself gets the two post-migration decisions it was missing: the
fiscal-year primitive is FyPicker (ContextPicker chip-dropdown, convention 8),
not the legacy FiscalYearSelector, and the founder-chosen Fonster settings
language (flat hairline rows, switches, dirty-only sticky save bar, 920x680
modal, replaceState tab switching) is now convention 15.

* fix(import): swap the Stripe chip to the current parallelogram mark

Replaces the pre-rebrand Stripe wordmark svg with the current white-on-purple
parallelogram icon (same asset the website repo uses). stripe.svg had exactly
one reference; it is removed rather than left orphaned.

* feat: add Accounted MCP namespace

* fix(bookkeeping): stop flagging verifikat whose underlag lives on a referenced supplier invoice

The missing-underlag surfaces only accepted a document directly linked to
the entry, so payment verifikat for supplier invoices (doc on the
registration entry per design) and entries whose doc was pinned to the
bank transaction before matching were falsely flagged; opening the entry
showed the referenced doc and cleared the warning client-side, and it
came back on reload.

- verifikat_without_documents + transactions_without_documents now treat
an entry as covered when a supplier invoice referencing it (registration
or payment FK, or a supplier_invoice_payments row) carries a document
anchored to a journal entry (BFL 5 kap 7 paragraf hänvisning till
underlag; anchoring required because the WORM deletion guards key on
  document_attachments.journal_entry_id)
- match-supplier-invoice routes (dashboard + v1) propagate the
transaction's pinned document onto the payment verifikat, mirroring the
categorize route; migration backfills rows already written (open
unlocked periods, company-guarded, never steals a linked doc)
- /api/documents/counts, the transactions-page badges, the bulk "Inget
underlag krävs" count and the push-notification scheduler share the
same reference-aware predicate, so every surface agrees with the RPC
- counts route validates journal_entry_ids as UUIDs (they are
  interpolated into a PostgREST or-filter)

* fix(transactions): align table columns flush with page edges

Collapse the checkbox gutter column to zero width and hang the
hover-revealed checkbox/expand chevron in the page margins, drop the
outer padding so DATUM sits flush left and STATUS flush right, and
tuck the overflow-menu dots under the middle of the STATUS header.
Applied to both the inbox and history tables so they stay identical.

* fix(arsredovisning): tie anlaggningstillgangar note to booked depreciation

The ARL 5:8 roll-forward note recomputed depreciation from its own
day-based linear formula (365.25/12 month length, non-inclusive day
count, linear only), drifting ~20 kr per year per asset from the
ledger-driven resultat- and balansrakning and misstating non-linear
methods entirely. Note figures now come from posted
depreciation_schedules rows (the same source disposeAsset reverses),
falling back to the engine's computeAnnualDepreciation when nothing is
posted; pre-onboarding opening balances iterate prior years through
the engine. Adds a note-vs-trial-balance tie-out warning (accounts
1000-1299, over 1 kr) surfaced before download.

* refactor(stripe): move connect and sync surface from settings to import page

Stripe's transaction feed is a continuous import source in the same
category as the PSD2 bank connection, so its connect/sync surface now
lives on the import page as a source card (mode=stripe), gated
"kommer snart" on hosted like before; self-hosted keeps the full panel.

- Import page: Stripe card after Koppla bank, renders the existing
  StripeSettingsPanel via the settings-panel registry
- OAuth callback and panel cleanup return to /import?mode=stripe
- Settings > Betalningar retired: nav item removed, route redirects,
  PaymentsSettingsContent deleted, legacy ?tab=payments mapped
- New import.stripe_* strings in sv+en; dead settings_nav.payments removed

Crons and sync logic unchanged; payment-link settings stay in the
invoicing section.

* fix(underlag): paginate missing-underlag cron and harden doc-surface queries

Resolve PR review findings on bug/invalid-imports:
- notification-scheduler: fetchAllRows on all 5 global reads; past 1000 rows
the capped reads produced false "saknade underlag" notifications
- bulk-missing: LOOKUP_CHUNK 300->150 so the twice-embedded .or() id list
stays under the PostgREST URL limit
- bulk-missing + transactions page: UUID-guard the .or()-interpolated id
  lists, matching documents/counts
- match-supplier-invoice (dashboard + v1): log documentId/journalEntryId on
  the non-fatal doc-link warning
- well-known/oauth-protected-resource: document the tool_namespace allow-list
- messages/en: reword stripe_description
- DECISIONS.md: record the asset ibAck tie-out and Tailwind !important calls

* fix(mcp-oauth): allow ChatGPT connector callbacks and resume OAuth after login

Add chatgpt.com/connector/oauth/* (per-instance) and the legacy
chatgpt.com/connector_platform_oauth_redirect to the built-in OAuth
redirect allowlist so ChatGPT MCP connectors can register and authorize.

Fix the login page dropping the ?next= destination: an OAuth-initiated
visit that required login previously ended on the dashboard and the
connection flow silently died. Login now resumes to the sanitized next
path (hard navigation, since the consent page is route-handler HTML),
carries it through the MFA step-up as returnTo, and /mfa/verify
hard-navigates for /api/ destinations.

* fix(transactions): dedup incoming feed rows against booked hand-entered twins

Users who bookkeep via MCP/chat first and connect their bank afterwards got
the same movement twice: the synced row's external_id lives in a different
namespace, the free-form manual title never text-bridges the bank's raw
string, and the cross-channel mirror deliberately excluded manual/mcp rows.

Extend the mirror with a booked-hand-entered track: an incoming feed row is
skipped when a BOOKED manual/mcp row shares its (date, ore) bucket count-
symmetrically. Gates beyond the feed-vs-feed mirror: stored row must be
booked (staged rows never consume an import), currencies must not contradict
(bucket key is date+ore only), the cash-account guard applies to the count
exactly as to consumption, and symmetry uses the Layer-1-unmatched incoming
count so an already-stored row cannot inflate it. Consumption stamps the
batch cash_account_id onto an account-unbound hand row, so one hand row can
never consume feed rows on other accounts in later syncs.

* feat(bookkeeping): inline verifikat rattelse (strike lines + text/date edit)

Second sanctioned correction track under BFL 5 kap 5/9 pp, Fortnox-style:
strike lines inside a posted verifikat with replacements in the same
voucher, and correct description/entry_date without an andringsverifikat.
Envelope: posted entries, open unlocked periods, company lock date,
same-period date moves, structural/FX/doc-linked lines excluded, and a
reconciliation guard preserving per-account net on bank/reskontra sides of
externally linked entries. Every rattelse writes an immutable who/when row
(journal_entry_rattelse_log, WORM, archived as rakenskapsinformation) and
struck originals render struck-through in the verifikat; list rows and the
detail header carry a Rattad marker. CLAUDE.md hard rule 1 and the
swedish-accounting-compliance skill are amended to state the two-track
rule. Staging carries the DDL; prod gets it on merge.

* feat: live saldo in booking form, prior-year window comparison, hideable assistant FAB

- Manual journal entry: saldo column now shows before -> after computed
from the typed debit/credit amounts (direction feedback while booking)
- Resultatrapport: a narrowed date range now compares against the same
window shifted one year back (#862), merged across fiscal periods for
brutet rakenskapsar; P&L rows report window activity instead of
  rolled-forward YTD closing
- Assistant FAB: per-user hide toggle (user_preferences.hide_assistant_fab,
settings > assistant), sidebar entry unaffected; collapsed sessions keep
  their reopen handle

* feat(stripe): sync balance transactions as a bank feed on 1686

Import the connected Stripe balance into the transactions inbox, opt-in
per connection (transaction_sync_enabled on stripe_connections):

- Balance transactions map to feed rows with the two-row gross+fee split
and frozen external_id formats (stripe_{acct}_{txn} / _fee), dated on
created, bound to a provisioned "Stripe-saldo" cash account on 1686 so
booking settles against the clearing account by construction.
- Double-booking protection: settled payment-link charges import
pre-linked to their settlement entry; payout rows import pre-linked to
the payout entry; processPayoutPaidEvent claims the payout's fee rows
at booking time (linkPayoutFeedRows, idempotent from both directions).
- Cursor last_balance_txn_synced_at with 24h overlap; first run
backfills 90 days floored at the day after the company lock date.
- Nightly cron /api/extensions/stripe/transactions/cron (03:30),
transaction-sync toggle route, "Synka nu" covers both feeds, settings
panel toggle with last-synced/backfill note, sv+en strings.
- Migration 20260723200000 (applied to staging).

* fix(transactions): offer match-to-voucher on unbooked history rows

Unbooked transactions with is_business already set (e.g. left behind when
a voucher was removed without a full uncategorize) land in the history
list instead of the inbox, where the match-against-existing-voucher
action did not exist, leaving them with no path back to voucher
matching. Add the same menu item to the history list for unbooked rows.

* feat(ui): frame-layout shell, pill buttons, 24px page titles (UI migration PR 1)

The visual shell from the concept, zero behavior change:

- New --frame token pair (40 18% 96% light / 0 0% 5% dark); the dashboard
wrapper is bg-frame and <main> becomes a rounded 12px panel with its own
inner scroll (md-gated; mobile keeps document flow + bottom nav)
- Sidebar goes borderless/transparent on the frame
- Buttons are pills app-wide (radius 99px, default 7px/16px padding, 13px
text, icon buttons become circles), set once in components/ui/button.tsx
- PageHeader locked at exactly 24px/32px Hedvig serif
- MainContainer resets panel scroll on route change (Next's window
scroll-to-top never fires for an inner scroll container)
- chat layout + extension workspaces switch viewport-height formulas to
h-full so they fill the panel instead of overflowing it by 20px
- .claude/rules/design.md rewritten with the 14 locked UI-migration
  conventions from dev_docs/ui_migration_plan.md

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(ui): clamp hand-rolled page titles to the locked 24px/32px

Transaktioner (TransactionStatusBar) and 13 other pages hand-roll their
h1 instead of using PageHeader, so they kept text-3xl/4xl after the
shell change. Clamp them all to font-display text-2xl leading-8.
Onboarding heroes and headline numbers are intentionally untouched.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(ui): keep the frame strip above the panel on banner-less accounts

<main>'s 10px top margin was the first in-flow margin inside the shell
wrapper, so it collapsed through the wrapper and pushed the whole shell
down, showing white body background above the panel instead of the warm
frame strip (only visible on real accounts: the sandbox banner blocked
the collapse). Flex containers never collapse child margins, so the
shell wrappers become md:flex md:flex-col.

Founder decision 2026-07-20: the three claude.ai cloud triggers ran for
19 days as silent no-ops (GH_TOKEN never provisioned, issue #993) and

* chore: salvage unmerged work from the 2026-07-16 worktree audit

Four items survived the 43-file dirty-tree audit as genuinely unmerged:

- CLAUDE.md: Definition of Done rule 9, the last mile is verified
in-session, not assumed (project-level counterpart of the switch-on
check; cloud agents only see the repo file).
- DECISIONS.md: eight decision lines from 2026-07-09 to 2026-07-15,
condensed and scrubbed of production identifiers for the public repo.
- .claude/skills/loop-ignite: skill that audits the agentic loops and
ignites dead ones; must live on main for cloud routines to load it.
- lib/bokslut/ixbrl testbank manual E2E: encodes the working testbank
  endpoints and the Luhn-valid test pnr (the documented one fails);
skipped unless BOLAGSVERKET_TESTBANK_E2E=1, so zero CI cost.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore: address review findings on the salvage batch

- testbank e2e: kontrollera returns HTTP 200 even for invalid documents
(outcome is in utfall), so assert zero typ='error' entries; also assert
grunduppgifter returns a company name, not just the echoed orgnr.
- loop-ignite: make ignition explicitly idempotent (enable/repair an
existing trigger before creating, never duplicate).

Skipped the fourth finding (require an observed firing as switch-on
proof): a just-created cron cannot have fired yet; the audit table
already reports last observed run per loop.

* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup

- middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the
extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so
company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard
- BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the
give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once
(a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first,
failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown
instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors
- bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the
identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a
retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account
- bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink
(BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method)
- login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of
dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings

* fix(api): security & correctness hardening + withRouteContext MFA migration across API routes

Audit of ~100 app/api routes. Highlights:

Security
- agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews
  (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped
- calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a
public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only
- bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the
IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded
- agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile
  while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated

Correctness
- account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000
rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) ->
fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes)
- voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could
show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced
- 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed
- assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed
- invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent;
  deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod

Convention
- ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation,
corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger

Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests.

* feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt

Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can
capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right
where they figured out how something should be booked.

- derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking
(settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with
its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business
ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart)
- extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the
booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility
  hints instead of duplicating them
- save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint

* fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer

Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning
och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every
statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL
filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts
diverged.

The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL
document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that
emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3
templates. Also fixed along the way:

- Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load
and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all.
- mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass
nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a
  non-fileable document before download.
- Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's
  strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's
duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR.
- FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver
(never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year
opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie
the roll-forward exactly to booked UB.

  mapping.

account number again.

* fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens

Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's
omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived
opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr"
with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode
(prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the
invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest
years.

- lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector
  (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis)
- Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced,
naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP
gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread
- SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave
a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as
warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim
migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and
  now renders them
- opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return
409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in
the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind
retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code

Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and
never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted.

* fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink

Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors:

- Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates
table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest
concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation
or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek.
Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate.
- Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting
the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's
deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration
makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows.
- Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only
  genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied
/api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well.
- application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL)
validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always
  failing the magic-byte check.
- correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the
BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from
a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test).
- Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using
scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh.

* fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents

Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE,
TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code
and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once
expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI
kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of
failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent
proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts

A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the
currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE
(company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors
left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands
out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots,
skipping slots held by any existing row.

- Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills
reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of
  re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives).
- Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects
duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of
  silently skipping the mirror.
- Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for
every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt
  guidance.

* fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews

Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS
amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an
unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled
both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP
preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact
lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross
bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives
them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines.
ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to
the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart

SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never
used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one
grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET
/api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune
deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account
list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never
deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog
grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces

Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line
dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets
against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail
responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot
follows.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths

Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized
awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice
detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now
run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and
getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same
round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope
optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind
the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices
server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the
whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion
dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list
bundle.

* feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit

Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks:

- One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an
empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the
latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new
salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The
  separate /salary/runs/new page is gone.
- Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail,
KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately
wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/.
- Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token],
backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with
PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the
  route from auth redirects.
- Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs
Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB
sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026).
- AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing
links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with
  skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid.
- Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish,
  municipality tax-table lookup improvements.

messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune,
skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before
this.

* chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping

- Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16
renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged).
- Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs
  don't break the build type-check.
- Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to
lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76.
- template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding.
- database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list.

* fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink

relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(),
which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the
pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops
executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag.
Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical
link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging.

Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against
non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so
an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test.

* fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap)

Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to
guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger,
which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on
UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all.
That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link
durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression).

Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the
same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays
allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The
correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving
underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Sonnet 5 ec27228a8e style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests,
and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than
house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon
for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal
ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for
paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by
hand together to keep sv/en in sync.

Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than
decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex,
charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE
encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the
agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and
a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte.

Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in
ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial
pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it
exists to verify.

Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27
SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes,
with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Fable 5 678f2ccffd feat(mcp): P2 hygiene — honest category suggestions, skill-reference lint, cadence copy (#882)
* feat(mcp): counterparty-tied category suggestions + no_signal (P2-1)

suggest_categories padded every transaction with a company-wide
category-frequency fallback at <=0.5 confidence — an identical four-way
spread on 20+/24 items that agents correctly reported as pure noise
(agent.feedback). Real signal came from memory atoms and query_journal.

- History is now counterparty-keyed: buildMerchantHistory groups past
categorized transactions by normalized merchant; the engine only
surfaces history for THIS transaction's merchant, with provenance
('Bokförd N gånger tidigare för denna motpart') and occurrence-scaled
confidence (0.56 at 1x, capped 0.85). No global padding — an empty
  list is the honest answer.
- The MCP tool returns no_signal_transaction_ids for transactions where
NO source matched, steering agents to investigate (query_journal)
instead of pattern-matching on unrelated rows.
- Both callers (REST suggest-categories route + MCP tool) share the new
helpers, so web UI and agents improve together.

* feat(skills): dangling-reference validation in skills:check + fix 10 dangling links (P2-2)

skills:generate/check now fail when an atom SKILL.md links a
references/*.md that does not exist on disk — a dangling pointer ships
a 404 to every agent that follows it (the weekly-booking-check
incident, agent.feedback).

The validator immediately caught 10 live dangling links in 4 atoms,
three distinct flavors:
- filename typo: swedish-asset-accounting/references/depreciaton.md
renamed to depreciation.md (the link was right, the file misspelled)
- link mismatch: swedish-e-invoicing linked market-providers-pricing.md;
the file is market-provider-pricing.md (link fixed)
- unauthored plans: single-shareholder-ab-fmb TODOs and reklambyra's
'planerad utbyggnad' section used resolvable references/ paths for
files that were never written — rephrased as plans without paths

Seed migration regenerated (4 atoms bumped, renamed reference child).

handler comment said quarterly. One of them was lying — weekly wins
(the mcp_optimization_plan triage is the living example).

Jakob WennbergandClaude Fable 5 ea236cbcdf fix(reconciliation): Bankavstämning phase 0 — correctness + feedback batch (+ nav IA regrouping) (#879)
* feat(nav): interaction-mode sidebar grouping — Arbeta/Analys/Data/Skatt & bokslut

Nav IA redesign phase 0 (dev_docs/nav_ia_redesign.md): same routes,
regrouped by what the user is doing. CLAUDE.md restructured around Hard
Rules (doc references updated); pending-page explainer removed.

* fix(reconciliation): correctness + feedback batch for Bankavstämning (phase 0)

Engine: fetchAllRows pagination on status/run/RPC fetches (silent 1000-row
cap corrupted totals), optimistic-lock guards on manualLink + apply,
unlink audit rows attributed to the acting user (was: company UUID),
selected_matches partial apply intersected with a fresh match run.

View: silent in-place refresh instead of a full-page skeleton per action,
checkbox-gated apply with confidence badges (fuzzy unticked) in chunks of
500, honest result toasts, dry-run errors surfaced, ranked per-row picker
candidates pinned to the applied date window, currency-correct amounts
(bank side in account currency, GL side SEK), voucher links, translated
source types, colored differens, dirty-date-filter guard.

Discovery: year-end preflight 404 href fixed (/reconciliation/bank never
existed), ⌘K palette entry, real links from the transactions page.

v1: status registry schema now matches the actual ReconciliationStatus
payload, errors documented as a count, false ~0.85-threshold pitfall
replaced, route test mocks the real shape.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Fable 5 59ecaee650 feat(mcp): qualified identifiers in all tool output schemas (P1-2) (#877)
Agents grabbed the wrong id when list rows exposed a bare 'id' next to
qualified ids (journal_entry_id) with no type distinction, got
NOT_FOUND, and had to re-derive (agent.feedback).

Additive sweep of all 11 bare-id sites: every output identifier now
ships a fully qualified sibling (transaction_id, fact_id, atom_id,
company_id, dimension_id, dimension_value_id); the bare 'id' stays as
a deprecated alias for compatibility.

New ratchet test (qualified-ids.test.ts): a shrinking grandfathered
list carries the deprecated aliases; any NEW bare 'id' in an output
schema fails CI, every remaining alias must ship alongside its
qualified sibling, and stale grandfather entries must be pruned.
Convention documented in .claude/rules/mcp-server.md.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Fable 5 250cc7c450 feat(mcp): always-explicit retryable on structured errors + transient inference (P1-1) (#875)
Agents could not distinguish 'keep retrying' from 'stop, this is
broken' (agent.feedback): retryable was emitted only when a registry
entry declared true — absent otherwise, including for genuinely
transient DB/network failures whose SQLSTATE is lost when tools wrap
them as Error('Database error: ...').

- StructuredError.retryable is now a required boolean. Registry
declaration wins; otherwise isTransientFailure() infers from Postgres
  SQLSTATEs (40001/40P01/57014/08xxx/53xxx/55P03), upstream HTTP
statuses (408/429/5xx), and message signatures that survive wrapping
(deadlock, serialization, statement timeout, fetch/socket failures).
- Unclassified transient failures surface as stable code
TRANSIENT_ERROR (new registry entry, retryable: true).
- categorize_transaction accepts idempotency_key — the tool agents
  blind-retry after client-side approval-elicitation drops; the key
makes that retry replay-safe instead of double-staging.
- Contract documented in .claude/rules/mcp-server.md. The planned
  'kind' field was dropped: the code registry already encodes it;
  retryable is the agent-actionable bit.

Every tool error already flows through the single dispatch point
(toToolError -> getStructuredError), so coverage is universal without
per-tool migration. Full unit suite: 6575 tests green.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.8 f675ae6565 fix(loops): committed playbook path + Sentry-first error source (#851)
* fix(loops): move playbook to committed .claude/loops.md; Sentry-first error source

dev_docs/* is gitignored ('internal reference, not published'), so the loop skills'
'read dev_docs/loops.md first' reference never resolves on main / in a fresh cloud
clone. Relocate the playbook to .claude/loops.md (committed) and repoint all 4 skills.

Rewrite loop-vercel-errors to use the wired Sentry API (the Vercel MCP is not in the
cloud routine tool allowlist) and document the required token scope (event:read,
project:read) + cloud-env secrets.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(loops): Vercel loop is Vercel-native + local (Sentry is not wired up)

Sentry is not integrated in this codebase (no @sentry/* dep, no config, no
instrumentation, zero source refs) — the SENTRY_* names in .env.local and CLAUDE.md
are leftovers. Rewrite loop-vercel-errors to source errors from Vercel (Vercel MCP
locally; Vercel API with VERCEL_TOKEN in cloud) and reclassify it as a LOCAL loop,
since the Vercel MCP is only available locally and there is no error-aggregation
service. The cloud trigger stays disabled. Only GH_TOKEN is needed to provision the
cloud loops (1 & 3).

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.8 2da9c71eb3 UI badge cleanup + /chart-of-accounts route + loop skills (#850)
Bundles three separable concerns:

- style(ui): badge audit + cleanup across 45 files — real-status chips use Badge variants (raw Tailwind colors dropped), non-status count/type/label chips demoted to muted text, clustered badges consolidated; 20 unused imports removed.
- feat(bookkeeping): Kontoplan moved to a dedicated /chart-of-accounts route (nav + command palette wired); /bookkeeping shows the journal list only.
- chore(skills): loop-* automation skills + design-scan workflow under .claude/.

fix(reports): restored the destructive count badge on blocking errors in the periodisk sammanställning (EC Sales List) — a genuine status cue the audit had wrongly flattened; flagged by the PR reviewer and Swedish compliance bot, now clean.

All CI green; compliance bots report no findings.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.8 43007fa869 feat(mcp): self-describing agent surface — staging _meta, company identity, clean skill summaries (#775)
* feat(mcp): make the agent surface self-describing (staging _meta, company identity, clean summaries)

A pass over the MCP server's agent-facing surface so an agent can act
correctly without parsing description prose:

- Machine-readable staging contract: deriveToolMeta() attaches _meta to
  tools/list (and search detail=full) — { requires_approval, approve_tool,
preflight? } — keyed off the STAGED_OPERATION_SCHEMA output schema. Literal
_meta (e.g. UI widget hints) wins on collision. TOOL_PREFLIGHT_MAP names the
read-only pre-flight for the few writes that have one (year-end readiness,
VAT validate, depreciation proposal). Guarded by staging-meta.test.ts.
- Company identity in gnubok_get_agent_briefing: returns a `company` block
(id, name, org_number, entity_type, accounting_method) so the agent can
confirm WHICH entity it operates on and pick the right settlement account
  (accrual = credit 1510; cash = debit 19xx) before any write. Best-effort —
a missing row never blocks the briefing. Covered by agent-briefing.test.ts.
- toSummary(): trims the long, keyword-stuffed SKILL.md frontmatter into clean
  one-liners for gnubok_list_skills / gnubok_get_agent_briefing so the client
never truncates one mid-sentence; full bodies stay in gnubok_load_skill.
  Covered by to-summary.test.ts.
- bank-reconciliation skill: a match/link decision tree (what you have x
whether a verifikat exists) and kontant- vs faktureringsmetoden settlement
  accounts.
- Prose/description clarifications: "Stages"/"Stages for approval" on the
link tools; propose_dispositioner/accruals note there is no dedicated MCP
poster; server-info documents _meta and the legacy gnubok_ tool prefix.

All 34 touched MCP tests pass. Merged cleanly on top of #759/#760 (server.ts).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mcp): make accounting_method description state the full settlement posting

Review (swedish-accounting-compliance): the agent-briefing schema described
accrual as "credit 1510 on payment", which reads as a one-sided entry. Spell
out both sides (payment debits 19xx AND credits 1510) so an agent can't infer a
single-leg posting that violates BFL 5 kap double-entry. Mirrors the precision
already in the bank-reconciliation skill body. Payload-size guard still passes.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.8 0b86901a2b Enforce MFA on critical mutation routes + post-audit foundation (A1) (#646)
* feat(lib): add canonical money + format + fetch primitives (audit Tier 0)

Foundation for post-audit cleanup: shared primitives so subsequent refactors import one helper instead of reinventing (the duplication the audit found).

- lib/money.ts: canonical roundOre/ORE_TOLERANCE (+ equalOre/isZeroOre/sumOre); lib/bokslut/rounding.ts re-exports for back-compat
- lib/utils.ts: formatAmount, formatWholeKr, formatDateTime
- lib/hooks/use-fetch.ts: generic client fetch hook (abort, bilingual errors, refetch)
- components/common/DataState.tsx: loading/error/empty wrapper over Skeleton/EmptyState
- messages: common.retry / common.load_error (sv+en)
- tests: 16 tests incl. the 1.005 half-ore case and locale-robust format assertions

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* ci(guards): ratchet against new MFA-bypassing routes and naive ore-rounding

Adds scripts/checks/no-new-antipatterns.mjs + committed baseline. Fails CI only when a PR ADDS a route hand-rolling supabase.auth.getUser() (which skips MFA AAL2 enforcement) or a new Math.round(x*100)/100. Baseline: 178 raw-auth routes, 668 naive rounds — ratchets down as the A1 (route-auth) and D1 (rounding) migrations land. Wired into core-build.yml; green at baseline.

Note: scripts/ is gitignored (.gitignore:70 '/scripts') yet tracks 39 files via force-add; these two were force-added to match that existing pattern.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(api, errors): enforce MFA on journal-entry mutation routes via withRouteContext (A1)

Migrates the 4 journal-entry mutation routes (commit, correct, reverse, recordate) off hand-rolled supabase.auth.getUser() onto withRouteContext, which enforces MFA AAL2 (requireAuth) + non-viewer role (requireWrite) and routes thrown errors through the canonical errorResponse envelope. Fixes audit finding A1 for the most compliance-critical mutations and folds in C8 for these routes (drops bookkeepingErrorResponse; they now emit message_en).

Also fixes a latent bug: errorResponse()/extractBookkeepingDetails only handled 11 of 15 typed bookkeeping errors, so MeaninglessCorrection / NoOpenPeriodForDate / TargetPeriodClosed / TargetPeriodLocked silently degraded to a generic 500 (affecting existing v1 callers too). Adds the 4 missing registry codes + extract cases -> correct 400/409.

Behavior change: untyped engine throws now return the canonical 500 envelope instead of 400+raw-string; typed errors keep their status (verified against the registry). Tests updated to the realistic typed-error contract + a 403 write-gate test on commit. Updates .claude/rules/api-routes.md to prescribe withRouteContext. Ratchets the antipattern guard 178 -> 174. Full unit suite green (5023); tsc: no new errors.

* feat(api): enforce MFA on salary run authorization routes via withRouteContext (A1)

Migrates the salary-run lifecycle write routes (approve, paid, revert) — the highest-PII A1 surface — off hand-rolled supabase.auth.getUser() onto withRouteContext (enforces MFA AAL2 + non-viewer role). Explicit { error } returns are preserved unchanged (passed through the wrapper); only auth changes, so no error-shape regression. Salary unit suite green (8). Ratchets the antipattern guard 174 -> 171.

* review: address PR #646 bot findings

- guard: match withRouteContext/requireAuth at the CALL site (withRouteContext[<(]), not a bare import — closes the false-negative greptile flagged. It surfaced app/api/sandbox/seed (hand-rolled getUser; the loose regex had matched a code comment). Switched that route to requireAuth() — the documented stopgap for routes that can't use withRouteContext (it runs before a company exists; anonymous users, so MFA is a no-op but the auth path is now consistent). Guard stays at 171.
- money.test: add the negative half-ore case roundOre(-1.005) === -1 to lock the rounding direction against regressions.
- use-fetch: document keep-previous-data + deferred-loading (effect-tick) semantics.
- structured-errors: drop the BFL 5 kap. 5 § citation from MEANINGLESS_CORRECTION per the swedish-compliance bot (5 § governs correction procedure, not the no-op precondition).

* review: enrich wrapper error logging + document sandbox GDPR controls (PR #646)

- with-route-context: log unhandled errors and route errorResponse through the resolved { userId, companyId } logger, not just { requestId, operation } — closes the OWASP V16 audit-trail finding for all 82+ routes using the wrapper. Documented in the JSDoc.
- sandbox/seed: document the GDPR Art.32 compensating controls for the anonymous write path (anonymous-only, /24 rate limit, synthetic demo data, own-company RLS scope). No functional change — the flagged behaviour is pre-existing by design; this records the reasoning inline.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.8 c74b19df1b Accounted rebrand + swarm-skill cleanup + bank-reconciliation fixes (#643)
* feat(reconciliation): close the bank-feed loop on voucher links and re-tag mis-typed opening balances

Two related fixes to bank reconciliation correctness:

1. Auto-reconcile on voucher link. Linking an invoice or supplier invoice to
an existing voucher previously advanced only the invoice — the bank
transaction that paid it kept sitting in the Transactions inbox with a null
   journal_entry_id. linkInvoiceToVoucher / linkSupplierInvoiceToVoucher now
   call autoReconcileTransactionForLinkedVoucher (lib/reconciliation), which
links the bank transaction to the same verifikat when exactly one unbooked
line matches it. Best-effort and post-commit: a failure here never fails the
link. The result surfaces reconciledTransactionId; the inbox row leaves the
list and the UI shows link_success_tx_reconciled.

2. Re-tag mis-typed opening balances. getReconciliationStatus and the GL-line
matching RPCs identify a cash account's ingående balans solely by
   journal_entries.source_type='opening_balance'. Companies migrated from other
systems often booked the bank IB as an ordinary voucher (source_type
'import' or 'manual'), so it was never excluded and surfaced as a phantom
reconciliation difference equal to the opening balance. Adds:
   - migration mark_entry_as_opening_balance: a GUC-gated carve-out in the
immutability trigger plus a SECURITY DEFINER RPC that validates the entry
(balance-sheet lines only, dated on a fiscal-period boundary), flips the
source_type, and writes an audit row — no blanket data sweep.
   - POST /api/reconciliation/bank/mark-opening-balance + MarkOpeningBalanceSchema.
   - BankReconciliationView action to trigger it from the IB diff.

The gnubok_create_voucher executor now accepts a typed is_opening_balance flag
and derives source_type='opening_balance' only after validating class 1/2 lines
on the period start, so new IBs land correctly typed.

Covered by lib/reconciliation auto-reconcile tests, voucher-executors tests,
and a mark-entry-as-opening-balance pg-real test.

* chore: rebrand gnubok → Accounted and prune swarm agent skills

Product rebrand and skills housekeeping. No runtime behaviour change.

Rebrand: replace user-visible "gnubok" with "Accounted" across docs, READMEs,
in-code comments, doc-site content, MCP skill/resource prose, and the
gnubok-mcp package description. The MCP resource URI scheme is moved gnubok://
→ Accounted:// consistently across resource registrations, the event-type
comment, and the resource/skill tests. Deliberately preserved as stable
identifiers (NOT rebranded): the gnubok-company-id cookie, gnubok_sk_ / gnubok_inv_
token prefixes, the gnubok-mcp npm bridge name, and the AGI <gem:Programnamn>
value (kept 'gnubok' per its source comment — it is the software identifier sent
to Skatteverket and must not churn across visual rebrands).

Skills: remove the 27 swarm-* agent SKILL.md atoms (no longer used; already
absent from the agent_atom_registry in prod), refresh the remaining skill docs,
add the .claude/rules/ path-scoped rule set, and regenerate the
seed_agent_atom_bodies migration + .skill-body-manifest.json via
`npm run skills:generate` so the DB-backed skill bodies match the trimmed set.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.7 f8f49f8426 Inbox page-count gate + DataList/DropdownMenu primitives (#554)
* feat(inbox): skip AI extraction for multi-page PDFs (#553)

Bedrock churns for minutes on multi-page PDFs (sales reports, bank
statements, contracts) and returns nothing useful. Above 3 pages we now
skip extraction entirely and mark the row with extraction_skipped=true;
the document still lands in the inbox and can be attached or converted
manually. Same gate applies to the /items/:id/attach path. Client can
also opt out via skip_extraction=true (skip_reason=client_opt_out).

The InvoiceInboxWorkspace renders an "Inte AI-tolkad" badge for skipped
rows, distinct from the "Felaktig" failure state (status='error').

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(ui): introduce DataList + DropdownMenu primitives, roll out across list pages

DataList replaces the per-row Card pattern across Granskning, Transactions,
Invoices, Supplier invoices, and Pending. One bordered container with
hairline rows matches the flat-with-hairlines aesthetic in CLAUDE.md —
no shadows, no state-tinted borders, secondary token for selected/hover.

DropdownMenu fills the gap for row-level action menus on TransactionInboxCard,
TransactionHistoryList, and the page-level action menus on /transactions and
/pending. Replaces ad-hoc Popover + buttons constructions.

Migrates list pages and the transaction inbox/history components onto the
new primitives. No behavior change beyond the visual unification.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore: add agent skills + gnubok domain skills, gitignore compliance reports

.agents/skills/ + skills-lock.json + symlinks under .claude/skills/ check in
the vercel-labs/agent-skills set pinned by the local skill manager
(deploy-to-vercel, vercel-cli-with-tokens, react-best-practices,
composition-patterns, react-native-skills, react-view-transitions,
web-design-guidelines). Keeps the team on the same versions.

.claude/skills/industry/ + .claude/skills/modifier/ are hand-authored
vertical and entity-modifier skills for the specialized accountant agent
— industries (konsult-it, e-handel, bygg-hantverk, reklambyra, saas-ai)
and entity overlays (holding-ab, single-shareholder-ab-fmb, mixed-
verksamhet). Project-owned content; lives in the repo by design.

Also gitignores .compliance-reports/ — those are large generated
SARIF/dossier artifacts from the compliance scanner.

* refactor(transactions): unify inbox/history chrome, drop swipe flow

The transactions page mixed two-tier filtering, a swipe-view detour, and
per-row Card chrome that didn't carry its weight. This pass collapses
those into a single editorial-list surface and removes the unused swipe
path entirely.

User-visible changes:
- Mode toggle (Att bokföra / Alla transaktioner) moved from a Tabs row
under the header into a dropdown to the right of a unified search bar.
Search now persists when switching modes.
- Removed the swipe categorization view ("Gå igenom alla") and its
trigger button. The 800-line SwipeCategorizationView component is
deleted; suggestion-fetching shrinks to what the template picker
  still consumes.
- Inbox rows now show one primary action: invoice/supplier-invoice
match shortcut when auto-detected, else "Bokför". A new visible Link2
icon button opens the customer or supplier invoice picker manually
(chosen by amount sign). Delete becomes a plain trash button — no
overflow menu since it only ever held one item.
- Bulk action bar swaps "Markera som privat" for "Ta bort" with a
  single combined confirmation.
- Built SupplierInvoicePicker mirroring InvoicePicker so expense
transactions can be matched to supplier invoices from the inbox.
  Wired through /api/transactions/{id}/match-supplier-invoice.
- Template picker dialog renamed to "Bokför transaktion"; "Bokför
manuellt…" and "Matcha med faktura…" promoted from muted ghost
buttons at the bottom to outline buttons at the top, above the
  template list.
- Breathing room: row padding py-3 → py-4, primary text text-sm →
  text-base, amount text-base, button heights h-8 → h-9, trailing
gap-2 → gap-3 (in the DataList primitive itself, so every list
  benefits slightly).

* fix: align package-lock.json with merged package.json

The merge resolution took origin/main's package-lock.json (which dropped
pdf-lib) but kept our package.json (which still requires pdf-lib for the
invoice-inbox extension's PDFDocument import). `npm ci` rejected the
mismatch.

Regenerate the lock from the merged package.json so both files agree.

* fix: regenerate package-lock.json with npm@10 for CI compat

Local npm@11 produced a lock that npm@10 (CI) rejected with
"Missing: @swc/helpers@0.5.21". Regenerated with npm@10
--package-lock-only so CI can install.

* fix(transactions): supplier-invoice status-leak guard + drop dead prop

Two follow-ups from the merge-risk audit:

- SupplierInvoicePicker now mirrors InvoicePicker's status-leak guard:
if a supplier invoice is still 'approved'/'overdue' but already has a
payment voucher attached (journal_entry_id on supplier_invoice_payments),
hide it. Closes a UX race window between payment and status flip.
  Partially-paid invoices still pass through.
- Drop the unused onMarkPrivate prop on TransactionInboxCard and the
matching handleMarkPrivate wrapper in the parent. Both became dead
when the swipe-categorisation flow was removed.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.7 15d4f429f3 feat: consolidate /expenses into /supplier-invoices, dual-channel support feedback, compliance skills (#417)
* feat(supplier-invoices): consolidate /expenses into /supplier-invoices and add bank matching

Collapse the duplicate AP entry points by redirecting /expenses, /expenses/new,
and /expenses/[id] into the canonical /supplier-invoices routes, and absorb the
expense-entry flow into /supplier-invoices/new. Add a BankTransactionPicker so
a supplier invoice can be registered and matched to an existing outgoing bank
transaction in one step. Extend the transaction → invoice match dialog to
handle supplier invoices alongside customer invoices, including the new
/match-supplier-invoice endpoint and Swedish copy variants. Update the sidebar
to point Leverantörsfakturor at /supplier-invoices and hide the legacy entry.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(support): send feedback to both Recapt and email channels

Previously submitFeedback used Recapt when present and only fell back to email
on failure, so feedback captured by the SDK never reached the support inbox.
Always POST to /api/support/contact in parallel with the Recapt call and
return the list of channels that succeeded; feedback is considered delivered
if either channel succeeds.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore(skills): add compliance skill references for GDPR, ISO 27001, OSS, OWASP ASVS, SOC 2

Add reference material for five compliance domains alongside the existing
.claude/skills/ set so future audits and CI gating work has a documented
mapping to controls, violation patterns, tool orchestration, and cross-framework
crosswalks.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(supplier-invoices): address review issues in register-and-match flow

- BankTransactionPicker: move createClient() inside the effect and drop the
supabase client from the deps array. Calling createClient() in the component
body produced a fresh reference on every render, which combined with the
setIsLoading(true) inside the effect to fire an infinite re-fetch loop while
  the dialog was open.
- /supplier-invoices/new: replace the submitMode useState with a useRef.
setSubmitMode() in the button onClick and the read in the form onSubmit run
in the same React event batch, so onSubmit always saw the previous render's
value and the bank picker never opened on first use.
- /supplier-invoices/new: route AB companies through the existing review
dialog before booking the register-and-match flow. handlePickTransaction now
stores the picked transaction and opens the review dialog for AB; on
confirm, handleConfirm posts the create and then matches the stored
transaction. EF retains the one-step create+approve+match path.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(transactions): populate potential_supplier_invoice so the match flow is reachable

fetchTransactions and loadMoreTransactions previously joined potential_invoice
from the invoices table but never looked up potential_supplier_invoice, so
TransactionInboxCard's hasSupplierInvoiceMatch check was always false and
handleConfirmInvoiceMatch's supplier branch was unreachable. Mirror the
existing customer-invoice pipeline: collect potential_supplier_invoice_id
values, batch-fetch the matching supplier_invoices (with their supplier),
build a map, and spread the result onto each TransactionWithInvoice in
parallel with the customer-invoice fetch.

Update uncategorizedTransactions sort and transactionsWithMatches filter to
also recognize supplier-invoice candidates so they bubble to the top of the
inbox and aren't excluded from match-driven views.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.7 cd64c0e3fb feat(skatteverket): production-ready momsdeklaration submission (#380)
* feat(skatteverket): production-ready momsdeklaration submission

Brings the Skatteverket extension up to a state where it can ship moms
declaration submission to Vercel production. Verified end-to-end against
SKV's Komplett testtjänst — all 8 momsdeklaration operations tested
(kontrollera, spara/hämta/radera utkast, lås/lås upp, hämta inlämnade,
hämta beslutade) plus signing-link return.

Bundles three coherent changes:

1. Skatteverket extension (the main work)
   - extensions.config.json: enable `skatteverket`, drop `invoice-inbox`
and `ai-agent` (those were enabled in config but lacked AWS env vars
in prod, so they loaded but failed at runtime)
   - lib/reports/vat-declaration.ts: extend ACCOUNT_RUTA to populate
     Ruta 06 (uttag 3401–3403), Ruta 20–24 (reverse-charge bases from
4xxx cost accounts), Ruta 50 (import 4545–4547), and Ruta 42
(3404/3994/3980); delete the supplier-type heuristic that made
     Ruta 20 and Ruta 23 always 0
   - extensions/general/skatteverket/lib/token-store.ts: work around
three real prod schema-drift issues — wrong column on read/delete
(was `company_id`, schema only has `user_id`), missing
UNIQUE(user_id) constraint that makes UPSERT fail (switched to
DELETE+INSERT), missing RLS policies (switched to service-role
client). Refresh path now reuses existing row's company_id when
     none is passed.
   - extensions/general/skatteverket/index.ts: 9 sites switched from
ctx.companyId to ctx.userId for the token-store key; pass
     companyId from the OAuth callback
   - extensions/general/skatteverket/types.ts + components/reports/
SkatteverketPanel.tsx: align field names with v1.0.24 RAML
     (signeringsLank/kontrollResultat/resultat/kod/status/beskrivning).
Without this, the signing link never displayed.
   - SkatteverketPanel: add Lås upp + Radera utkast + Hämta utkast +
Hämta beslut buttons so the full lifecycle is reachable from the UI
   - lib/reports/__tests__/vat-declaration.test.ts: rewritten to match
the refactored calculator; new fixtures for cost-account-based
reverse charge (Ruta 20/21/22/23/24), Ruta 50 import, Ruta 06
uttag, Ruta 42 expansion; SKV §4.1.1.4 cross-field contract checks
   - supabase/migrations/20260428120000_skatteverket_tokens_user_id_unique.sql:
idempotently adds the missing UNIQUE(user_id) constraint
   - scripts/*: dev-only helpers used during the prod-of-test
verification (create test company, seed VAT data, inspect token
     state, etc.)

2. Journal-entries cancelled-status filter
   - app/api/bookkeeping/journal-entries/route.ts: when no status filter
is supplied, exclude `cancelled` entries by default
   - supabase/migrations/20260428153500_journal_entries_with_related_exclude_statuses.sql

3. Swedish e-invoicing skill (reference docs only — no runtime code)
   - .claude/skills/swedish-e-invoicing/

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(skatteverket): address PR review findings

- panel: handleFetchDraft read `result.data?.last` (typo) — switched to
`result.data?.locked` to match the field defined in
SkatteverketUtkastResponse and the v1.0.24 RAML. The "(låst)" suffix on
the success message would silently never appear before this fix.

- api-client: getValidToken had no concurrency guard, so two parallel
SKV requests from the same user could both call /token with the same
refresh_token. SKV rotates the refresh_token on first use, so the
second call would 401 with REFRESH_EXHAUSTED-adjacent failures. With
the new 6-button UI on SkatteverketPanel, rapid clicks made this a
realistic trigger. Added an in-process Promise map keyed on userId
that coalesces concurrent refresh attempts; cross-process races are
mitigated by re-reading tokens inside the critical section before
calling refreshAccessToken (if another process refreshed already, we
use the newer token instead of burning the old refresh_token).

- migration 20260428120000: dedup query used `created_at < max(...)`,
which failed to remove duplicates inserted in the same second. The
subsequent ALTER TABLE … ADD CONSTRAINT would then abort. Switched
to ctid (Postgres physical row identifier) to break timestamp ties.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(skatteverket): throw on token-store SELECT error before destructive DELETE

The company_id pre-read in storeTokens used destructuring that discarded
the error field. If the service-role SELECT failed for any reason (network
blip, overloaded DB, transient permissions issue), `existing` became null,
`resolvedCompanyId` stayed undefined, and execution fell through to the
DELETE. The old row got deleted successfully, then the INSERT omitted
company_id and failed with the NOT NULL constraint violation — leaving
the user with no token row at all and forcing a fresh BankID handshake.

Now we capture the SELECT error and throw before the DELETE runs.

MattssonandClaude Opus 4.7 d708a85d4c Feat/cloud backup (#277)
* feat: cloud backup to Google Drive + full-archive all-scope

Adds a cloud-backup extension that uploads a full-company backup ZIP to
the user's own Google Drive via OAuth (drive.file scope only). Refresh
tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted before being stored in extension_data.

The full-archive export gains a scope=all mode for whole-company
backups (per-period SIE under sie/, per-period rapporter/ subfolders,
flat dokument/ manifest tagged with fiscal_period_id). An 80 MB size
guard short-circuits generation before the platform response limit.

Also fixes a latent bug in lib/core/audit/audit-service.ts where the
parameter was named userId while the query filtered by company_id; the
audit-trail API route was passing user.id so audit queries returned
empty unless user and company shared a UUID.

Drive-by: scope the dashboard "fresh start" localStorage key per
companyId so dismissing the setup checklist in one company no longer
carries over to others.

* fix: address review comments on cloud backup + archive export

- Extend audit trail to_date to end-of-day so last-day entries aren't
  silently excluded from period-scoped archives.
- Apply 413 size-limit guard regardless of include_documents, using the
overhead-only figure when documents are excluded.
- Use crypto.randomUUID() for Drive multipart boundary to eliminate any
collision risk with ZIP payload bytes.

* fix: migrate legacy setup-gate localStorage keys on dashboard

Users who previously dismissed the setup checklist via the old global
erp_setup_fresh_start or erp_checklist_dismissed keys were re-gated after
the switch to a company-scoped key. Fall back to the legacy keys on read
and migrate them to the scoped key on first hit.

* fix: update customer email handling and anonymization rules in supportmail-to-ticket skill

* test: update audit trail to_date expectation for end-of-day timestamp

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 4.7 44082ff845 Fix SIE multi-year P&L accumulation, Fortnox supplier filter, processing_history (#267)
* fix: prevent P&L accumulation when importing multi-year SIE files

The opening-balance fallback summed all prior journal lines without
distinguishing balance sheet (class 1-2) from P&L (class 3-8). When
users imported one SIE file per year without running year-end closing
between them, resultatkonton accumulated across years instead of
resetting at each räkenskapsårsskifte. Reported by a customer.

Skip class 3-8 in the fallback path. P&L accounts must reset to zero
each fiscal year (årets resultat → 2099 → equity).

* fix: only import unpaid supplier invoices from Fortnox

Fortnox's /supplierinvoices list endpoint doesn't reliably expose
FullyPaid, which caused historic paid invoices to be imported as
unpaid. Switch to the ?filter=unpaid query and surface that scope
in the migration options UI.

* feat: add processing_history table for behandlingshistorik

Append-only event log per BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8. Includes:
- processing_history table with seq, correlation/causation chaining,
  aggregate (Document/BankTransaction/MatchProposal/Verifikation/etc.),
open event_type validated against processing_event_types registry.
- Immutability via audit_log_immutable trigger (no UPDATE/DELETE).
- RLS scoped to user_company_ids; writes via service role only.
- appendProcessingHistory() helper with PII guard rejecting payloads
  containing personnummer/orgnr patterns.
- Shared TS types in types/index.ts.

No consumers wired yet — this is the persistence layer only.

* chore: add swedish-project-accounting skill

Reference skill covering projektredovisning: dimensional tagging,
WIP accounting, K2/K3 revenue recognition (successiv vinstavräkning,
färdigställandemetoden), entreprenadavtal, BAS patterns (1470,
1620, 2420, 2450, 4970), and SIE4 #DIM 6 encoding.

* fix: rename processing_history migration to avoid timestamp collision

Main already has 20260418120000_allow_retroactive_first_fiscal_year.sql
from #265. Bumping this migration's timestamp to 20260418130000 to
keep schema_migrations.version unique.

* fix: address Greptile review on processing_history

- Add BEFORE DELETE immutability trigger so the service role can't
silently remove rows. Mirrors the pattern from migration 014
  (audit_log_no_update + audit_log_no_delete) and satisfies the
immutability claim in BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8. Delivered as a follow-up
migration since the original was already applied in some envs.

- Tighten PII patterns with \b word boundaries to avoid false
positives on Bankgiro numbers (123456-7890) and invoice references
  like 202312-1234.

- Extend PII validation to actor.label, which previously bypassed
the payload guard despite the docblock explicitly forbidding
  names/emails/personnummer there.
