feat(invoices): named payee accounts and per-invoice choice of bank account (#2233)
* fix(enable-banking): read BBAN from AccountIdentification.other and store it on the account Enable Banking has no top-level `bban` key on AccountIdentification: a Swedish BBAN (clearing + account number) arrives as `other.identification` with `other.scheme_name = 'BBAN'`, or in `all_account_ids`. The client typed `bban?: string` and read `.bban`, so the value was always undefined: no connected account ever carried its clearing + account number, and domestic counterparty accounts on transactions were dropped. Type the identifiers per the OpenAPI spec, add extractBban() and pickAccountIdentifier(), read counterparty identifiers through the scheme list (IBAN, then BBAN/BGNR/PGNR, then anything), and store `bban` on StoredAccount from the OAuth callback. The external_id dedup scope stays IBAN-then-uid and is untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * feat(invoices): named payee accounts on cash_accounts with a default per currency A company had exactly one set of payment instructions per invoice currency (company_settings.invoice_payment_accounts), picked by currency alone. A second SEK bank account, or a second bankgiro number, had nowhere to live. cash_accounts is already the per-company bank-account entity. Migration 20260903150000 adds the payee fields (bankgiro, plusgiro, clearing + account number, BBAN, BIC, Swish, foreign routing) plus invoice_payee, a small invoice_payee_defaults table (one default account per currency; one account may be the default for several currencies, a SEK account with an IBAN is the usual EUR payee), and a SECURITY DEFINER mirror that rewrites the legacy map and the SEK bank columns from the default accounts. Every existing reader (PDF, email, reminders, v1, MCP) keeps working; the three writers that only touched legacy columns (PUT /api/settings, v1 settings, MCP update_company_settings) now write through to the default account, so what an agent sets is what the PDF prints. Peppol PaymentMeans is built from the resolver instead of the raw legacy column. bg_pg is dropped (never read or written; NULL on every prod and staging row). Backfill lands only on existing cash accounts (primary, IBAN match, or the only enabled account in the currency). Entries with no target stay in the map as the resolver fallback and get an attach action in settings. New: POST /api/cash-accounts (manual bank account on the next free 19xx), PATCH /api/cash-accounts/[id] payee fields (owner/admin), GET/PUT /api/cash-accounts/payee-defaults. Settings page rewritten as an account list with per-currency defaults. Behandlingshistorik and the full archive cover the new table and columns. Verified on staging: migration applied (11 defaults landed), mirror trigger observed rewriting company_settings from a payee edit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * feat(invoices): choose which bank account an invoice is paid to, frozen at issue Migration 20260903160000 adds invoices.payment_cash_account_id (FK to cash_accounts, SET NULL) and invoices.payment_details, the payee fields frozen when the account is chosen and refreshed at issue. Resolver: resolveInvoicePaymentAccount / companyWithInvoicePaymentAccount / assertInvoicePaymentAccountForRender take an optional override, and hasRequiredInvoicePaymentAccount reads it from the invoice row, so every surface (PDF, Swish QR, email, reminders, payment confirmation, Peppol, recurring, staged MCP send) prints the frozen payee when one exists and the company default per currency otherwise. Invoices that never chose an account behave exactly as before. Issue paths (mark-sent, send, v1 send, v1 mark-sent, Peppol send, recurring, MCP send and mark-sent) refresh the snapshot from the account as it is at issue; a chosen account that is disabled, un-flagged or unusable for the currency blocks with INVOICE_SEND_PAYMENT_ACCOUNT_INVALID. Writers: dashboard POST/PATCH, v1 create/update and MCP create_invoice accept payment_cash_account_id and validate it against the company's payee accounts (INVOICE_PAYEE_ACCOUNT_INVALID). Credit notes inherit the original's payee; copies carry the choice; preview-pdf renders the chosen account. The editor shows "Betalas till" under the currency when the company has two or more usable payee accounts for that currency. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * feat(invoices): book manual payments on the invoice's chosen bank account Manual mark-paid (dashboard, v1, MCP gnubok_mark_invoice_as_paid) and the booking dialog's proposed lines debited 1930 regardless of which bank account the invoice asked to be paid to. They now resolve the chosen payee account's ledger account (resolveInvoiceSettlementAccount) and fall back to 1930 only when no account was chosen or the row is gone. Bank-transaction matching keeps debiting the account the money landed on and does not filter by the chosen account; between equal-confidence candidates it prefers the invoice that asked to be paid to the landing account. Scores are untouched, so nothing new auto-matches. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * chore(invoices): keep the payload-size and phantom-column ceilings after the payee work Shorten the new gnubok_create_invoice argument description (tools/list payload was 29 bytes over the 60 kB budget), inline the cash-account payee UPDATE/INSERT payloads and the settings select strings as literals so the phantom-column scanner can read their columns, and reuse ACCOUNT_NUMBER_RE instead of a hand-rolled copy. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * fix(invoices): harden the payee model after review (admin-only payee columns, separate payee IBAN, company-scoped FK) Review findings from CodeRabbit, Superagent, the Swedish accounting review and three skeptic passes, resolved in one batch: Schema (both migrations are unshipped and edited in place): - cash_accounts.payee_iban: the printed IBAN is its own column. iban stays the bank identity written by every sync and used to re-pair on reconnect, so a sync can no longer rewrite an invoice instruction or resurrect a cleared IBAN. The backfill copies each currency entry verbatim onto the target account (IBAN match first, then primary), so every invoice keeps printing exactly what it printed before; the bank IBAN is never pushed onto invoices that did not carry one. - Payee columns are owner/admin-only at the database (BEFORE trigger, service role exempt): cash_accounts is member-writable for bank sync, and the SECURITY DEFINER mirror would otherwise have let a member rewrite where customers pay. - Revoking an account as payee or disabling it drops its defaults; deleting a default drops that currency from the map and clears the legacy SEK columns (an admin saying "nothing to print" must not keep printing a closed account). The mirror leaves the legacy SEK columns alone when the map has no SEK entry, so legacy-only companies are never wiped by a mirror run for another currency. - Audit and mirror triggers fire on the same column set; anon and authenticated can no longer execute the trigger-only definer functions. - invoices.payment_cash_account_id is a composite same-company FK with SET NULL scoped to the account column. Code: - Only 19xx bank accounts can be payee: PATCH, the defaults PUT (which now also requires enabled, payee-flagged and usable for the currency), resolveInvoicePayeeChoice, and the mark-paid settlement resolver (which also refuses disabled rows and logs every fallback to 1930). - createManualBankAccount excludes every ledger slot any row already holds (findFreeLedgerAccount treats a manual holder as free; this path inserts). - The legacy settings writers (PUT /api/settings, v1, MCP) write through to the account BEFORE updating company_settings and fail the request on error; the account is written before it is adopted as default so the mirror never sees an empty payee. - snapshotInvoicePayee: dry runs no longer persist; a failed snapshot write blocks issue (INVOICE_PAYEE_SNAPSHOT_FAILED). v1 mark-sent/mark-paid projections carry the payee columns; v1 create validates the payee before the dry-run return and echoes it in the preview. - pickAccountIdentifier: supplementary IBAN wins over a primary BBAN, and non-account schemes (card PANs) are never persisted. - Editor shows the payee select for a single usable account with no default; the booking dialog waits for cash accounts before proposing lines; a failed default write no longer hides a created account. - Behandlingshistorik names the account on created/deleted defaults. - Regenerated skills/accounted-api; MCP argument description trimmed under the tools/list payload ceiling. Declined: clearing legacy columns via a forward migration (the mirror now does it on delete); Swedish review's "show the debit account in the mark-paid UI" (the booking dialog already proposes and lets the user edit the debit line); manual ledger collision (UNIQUE exists, and the create path now rejects it with a clear error); Peppol aligning to the PDF value for companies whose legacy column had drifted from the map (the PDF is the customer-facing document; both now agree). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * fix(invoices): read NEW.invoice_payee only on the cash_accounts branch of the mirror trigger trg_mirror_invoice_payee_defaults fires for both tables; plpgsql resolves record fields per expression, so the combined condition failed with "record new has no field invoice_payee" whenever a default row changed, which took down every pg-real case on the payee tables. The revoke/disable check now sits inside its own TG_TABLE_NAME branch. The MCP settings executor test mocks the payee write-through like the settings route test already does. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * fix(invoices): keep member disables from revoking payee defaults, gate payee on 1920-1999, fit the MCP payload Cycle 3 of /resolve-pr on #2233. Superagent P1: the SECURITY DEFINER mirror trigger deleted an admin's invoice_payee_defaults rows whenever cash_accounts.enabled flipped to false, and enabled is member-writable (the bank picker's "Synkas ej"), so a member could undo an admin's payee decision. The trigger now drops defaults only on the admin-only invoice_payee true -> false revoke; the mirror trigger's WHEN no longer lists enabled. Disabled accounts stay out of the pick lists and the send gate already refuses an invoice that chose one. Applied to staging as the same function + trigger definition and probed inside a rolled-back block: disable keeps the default and the mirrored bankgiro, revoke clears both. pg-real: the admin-guard test ran three expectations inside one withUserContext transaction; the first raise aborted it and the next statement failed with "current transaction is aborted". One transaction per expectation now, and the member case also flips enabled to prove the column stays member-level. Swedish review: payee eligibility was /^19\d\d$/, which admits 1910 Kassa and the 1911-1919 tills. A customer pays to a giro or bank account, so isBankCashAccount, CreateCashAccountSchema.ledger_account and the PATCH route now require BAS 1920-1999; tests cover 1910 and 1919. Unit tests (3/4): the tools/list payload guard read 60 025, then 60 014 tokens after main merged #2166 and #2163 alongside this branch. The ceiling is not bumped and no read on this surface is a demotion candidate, so gnubok_create_invoice drops payment_cash_account_id; agent-created invoices print the per-currency default and v1 REST plus the editor keep the field. Recorded in DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * chore(migrations): move invoices_payment_cash_account to 20260903183000 after colliding with main's KPI migration origin/main merged 20260903160000_kpi_monthly_include_reversed_originals while this branch held the same version; identical versions abort the Supabase apply. Staging's schema_migrations row was moved to the new version with the file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UaZTY21HVN57hJoPXKSLjV * fix(invoices): gate invoice_payee on BAS 1920-1999 at the database, and unblock the typecheck ratchet Cycle 4 of /resolve-pr on #2233, on Emil's go. Swedish review: the 1920-1999 payee rule lived only in the routes. The cash_accounts_payee_admin_only trigger now also refuses invoice_payee on any other ledger (INVOICE_PAYEE_ACCOUNT_INVALID, 23514), whoever writes it, and the backfill only targets giro/bank rows, so a company whose single enabled cash_accounts row is a Stripe clearing account keeps its legacy bankgiro in company_settings instead of landing it on 1686. pg test covers insert and update on 1686 and 1910; the function was applied to staging and probed. Typecheck ratchet: main is red from two merges that landed with failing Checks, and every branch that syncs it inherits the errors. - #2242 added POST(req) calls to the fiscal-periods route test without the route params argument withRouteContext handlers take (25 errors in the file, baseline 23). All 25 calls now pass createMockRouteParams({}). - #2247 made SyncResult.requestedFromDate and historyNarrowed required; the 13 mockedSync results in the enable-banking accounts-route test lacked them. They now carry a fixed date and historyNarrowed: false. Both files' tests pass unchanged in behaviour. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(migrations): move invoices_payment_cash_account to 20260903193000 after colliding with main's party_promotion origin/main merged 20260903183000_party_promotion while this branch held the same version. Staging's schema_migrations row must follow (pending: the Supabase MCP was disconnected at the time of this commit). chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers (#2150)
* chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers Remove 33 dead files, ~270 unreferenced exports/types, 13 dead i18n namespaces and 4 unused dependencies; fold byte-identical helper copies into one canonical home each (lib/utils chunk/sleep/utcDateStamp, lib/dates/iso, lib/invariants/uuid, lib/xml/escape, lib/reports/sru/format, lib/pdf/number-text, lib/browser/panel-request, lib/api/v1/body + v1ValidationError rolled out to ~55 v1 routes, booking-template schemas). No behaviour change: v1 bodies and status codes, MCP tool schemas, DB writes and money math are untouched. Naive ore rounding was deliberately not swapped for roundOre; see DECISIONS.md 2026-09-02 for the full list of things left alone on purpose. tsc, lint, 19588 unit tests and check:guards green; antipattern baseline ratcheted (naive-ore-round 622 -> 620, hand-rolled-invariant 115 -> 113). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(transactions): import RawTransaction from @/types after the ingest re-export removal CI's type ratchet (check:types, full tsconfig) caught the one test file that still imported the type through lib/transactions/ingest. perf(reference-data): sweep the remaining raw reads onto the session cache, ratchet to 0 (#1941)
Final consumer migration of the responsiveness plan: the 35 files still fetching fiscal periods, settings, accounts, cash accounts, dimensions or templates on their own now read lib/reference-data, and every client write site invalidates the shared cache instead of refetching locally. Settings and registries: FiscalYearsManager, FiscalPeriodEditor (period snapshotted once per company so a revalidation cannot reset dates being edited), BookingTemplatesPanel, ChartOfAccounts, ChartOfAccountsManager, EditAccountDialog, CorrectionEntryDialog, StrikeLinesDialog, InvoicePaymentAccountsSettings; the dimensions registry (DimensionsManager, DimensionCombobox, LineDimensionFields, DimensionFilter, bookkeeping/[id]) reads useDimensions and the ad-hoc fetchDimensions/fetchDimensionsCached helpers are deleted. Pages and pickers: CashAccountSelector (FyPicker-shaped restore, once per company load), use-account-names, FiscalYearGapNotice, OpeningBalancePeriodStep, BankFileConfirmStep, ImportReviewStep, the import page (invalidates accounts + periods after a SIE execute), customers list, invoices list + detail, pending, salary employee, asset dispose, year-end and periodisering pages (invalidate periods after closing), reports DimensionPnlView (its pivot picker read the wrong payload key and was always empty; it now populates), SkatteverketPanel, TemplatePicker, ArticleForm (vat_registered). Invoice dialogs and extensions: SendInvoiceDialog, PaymentBookingDialog (init reduced to the credit-note lookup + catalogue, proposal and voucher preview fire on open when cached; a local getSession replaces the network getUser for the fallback CC), InvoiceInboxWorkspace, TicWorkspace, ArcimMigrationWorkspace (invalidates after each SIE import step), enable-banking AccountPickerDialog. raw-reference-fetch ratchet: 35 -> 0 files. fix(invoices): settle öresavrundning in batch match and close stuck partially_paid invoices (#1829)
A whole-krona payment (Bankgiro/Swish/kort) of an öre-bearing invoice left the invoice hanging: the match_batch_allocate RPC (samlingsbetalning dialog + MCP path) had no öre handling, so a sub-krona overshoot was rejected as BATCH_OVERSHOOT and a sub-krona shortfall parked the invoice in partially_paid forever. Invoices already stuck that way had no exit: the mark-paid dialog proposed clearing the full total (rejected with MATCH_AMOUNT_EXCEEDS_REMAINING) and the route refused partially_paid outright. Fix, both halves: 1. New migration 20260824120000 replaces match_batch_allocate with the same öresavrundning band every single-payment path already uses (ORE_ROUNDING_SETTLEMENT_MAX = 1.00 kr, lib/money.ts): overshoot rejected only at >= 1 kr; a 0 < |remaining - allocation| < 1 kr diff clears the FULL remaining off 1510/2440, books the residual to 3740 with correct polarity per side, records the full remaining as paid and flips the status to paid. >= 1 kr diffs keep today's behaviour. 2. proposePaymentLines is remaining-aware: a partially_paid SEK accrual invoice gets a proposal clearing the actual remaining, and a sub-krona remaining gets a bank-less Dr 3740 / Cr 1510 write-off so one click closes a stuck invoice. The mark-paid route and the invoice-detail button now accept partially_paid (the settle layer's CAS guard always did). Forward-only: already-stuck invoices are not auto-repaired; they are closed via the new dialog proposal. fix(rot-rut): payment-side booking, reminders and claim completeness (#1652)
* fix(rot-rut): payment-side booking, reminders and claim completeness Follow-ups from the 2026-08-17 ROT/RUT audit (dev_docs/rot_rut_audit_2026_08_17.md). Payment side (fakturamodellen: the customer pays total minus avdraget, the rest is a 1513 receivable on Skatteverket): - createInvoicePaymentJournalEntry without an explicit paymentAmount used to book invoice.total on 1930/1510. Every no-lines mark-paid path (MCP mark_invoice_as_paid, v1 API, no-body dashboard route, Stripe) settles the outstanding amount, so on a ROT/RUT invoice 1510 went negative by the deduction and 1930 was overstated; same defect for any previously part-paid invoice. It now books the outstanding amount (remaining_amount, else total minus paid_amount); a fully outstanding invoice keeps the total_sek path. - proposePaymentLines had no deduction awareness: the payment dialog pre-filled D1930 total / K1510 total, which the settlement plan rejected as an overpayment, so a ROT/RUT invoice could not be marked paid from the UI. Accrual: bank + 1510 carry total minus avdrag; cash method: bank gets the customer share, 1513 the avdrag, revenue + moms in full. Foreign invoices without a booking rate refuse (1513 is a kronor receivable). Dialog passes deduction_total. - Reminders and dröjsmålsränta were computed on invoice.total: a privatperson was dunned for the Skatteverket share and charged interest on it. New reminderPrincipal() = the invoice's "Att betala" (öre-rounded total minus avdrag) drives the processor's interest base and all three templates. Claim completeness (HUSFL 2009:194: art av arbete + antal arbetstimmar): - work_type and labor_hours were optional at creation but hard blockers at begäran-file time, when the invoice is numbered, booked and paid and cannot be edited. validateDeductionLines() now requires a same-kind arbetstyp and hours > 0 (schablontjänster exempt) on every deduction line; wired into validateInvoice, CreateInvoiceItemSchema (field-level issues) and the editor schema with inline errors under the ROT/RUT strip. Fixed the labor_hours register (valueAsNumber overrode setValueAs: an emptied field became NaN and failed validation with no visible error). The Underlag card now shows whenever any row is flagged, matching the payload/server predicate. Yearly ceilings: - COMBINED_MAX 75 000 kr: ROT + RUT share one ceiling per person (ROT capped at 50 000 inside it). deductionCapWarnings() carries the per-kind and the combined check plus optional prior-year totals; validateInvoice forwards them; the editor uses the same helper and fetches what the customer has already been granted in the invoice year (per customer, warning only). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(rot-rut): treat remaining_amount left at DEFAULT 0 as unmaintained when booking a payment Rows written by paths that bypass buildInvoiceWriteData (imports, sandbox seed, legacy migrations) carry remaining_amount = 0 while unpaid; prod has ~330 such open invoices. Booking 0 would have failed the engine's positive- amount rule, so the outstanding helper derives total - paid - deduction when the stored value is not positive. Test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(rot-rut): review follow-ups on #1652 - ROT/RUT completeness moves to the invoice-level schema (CreateInvoiceSchema / UpdateInvoiceSchema share one refine) so it only applies to real invoices and skips text rows; the editor gates its mirror on the document type via a ref. Tests moved accordingly (CodeRabbit). - Prior-year deduction lookup follows the PAYMENT year (paid_at, else invoice_date for open invoices), paginates via fetchAllRows, and clears the total on a failed request instead of leaving a stale one. - rot-rut-file derives its schablon flags from SCHABLON_WORK_TYPES so the validator and the generator cannot drift. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(rot-rut): pick the prior-year deductions client-side (phantom-columns ceiling) The runtime-built .or() filter counted as an unresolvable query expression for the no-phantom-columns guard. A customer has few deduction invoices, so fetch them all and select the payment year in code. fix(analytics): mask session replays by default, chrome-only unmask (#1639)
* fix(analytics): mask session replays by default, chrome-only unmask Invert PostHog session-replay masking from visible-by-default with pattern masking to deny-by-default: every input value is masked wholesale (rrweb maskAllInputs, no maskInputFn) and every text node is masked unless it sits under data-ph-unmask chrome or a table column header (th). Chrome tags live on the shared UI primitives (PageHeader, Label, Button except combobox triggers, TabsTrigger, Badge, Card/Dialog/Sheet titles, tooltips, help popovers, empty states, settings labels), and tagged chrome is still pattern-scrubbed for amounts and person-/organisationsnummer. data-ph-mask beats data-ph-unmask, so call sites that interpolate user data into chrome stay masked; a very-thorough audit swept every unmasked primitive and each found site got a call-site mask. Confirm-dialog wrappers and toasts stay masked centrally: their copy describes user objects by design. Untagged new UI over-masks instead of leaking. Privacy policy, RoPA and decision log updated in the same change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(analytics): tag detail-section chrome merged from main The register-detail primitives landed on main after the replay-masking audit ran: kickers and DefRow labels are static i18n chrome, values stay masked. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(analytics): close skeptic and review findings on replay masking Explicit data-ph tags now resolve before the th chrome fallback, so a th nested inside a data-ph-mask container masks correctly (regression test added). Seven missed text-leak sites get call-site masks: delete-invoice and credit-page invoice numbers, IB-correction voucher reference, TIC orgnr (served unnormalized, so the separator-based scrub cannot be relied on), articles search-term empty state, dimension segment labels, and activate-account buttons. The attribute channel is closed with rrweb's blockClass: inputs whose placeholder carries an effective user value (salary overrides, correction description, danger-zone confirms, credit confirm) get ph-no-capture, removing the element from recordings while the prefill UX stays intact; the pivot-th title attribute is dropped. Privacy-policy effective date bumped to 2026-08-17. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/skv connection flow (#1015)
* feat(salary): one-click AGI submission with filing state machine and success feedback The AGI panel required users to know that "Ladda ner AGI-fil" was the generate step, then click submit, signing link, and kvittens manually. A nollkorning filing stalled on "AGI-XML saknas" pointing at a UI path that does not exist. - New primary button "Lamna in till Skatteverket" chains the existing endpoints client-side: generate XML if missing, POST underlag, poll kontrollresultat, create signing link, open Mina Sidor in a tab opened synchronously at click (popup-blocker safe). Inline stepper shows each step; the four old buttons become collapsed advanced/recovery actions, auto-expanded in stale-draft and rejected states. XML download stays visible and free for manual filing. - deriveAgiFilingState() + useAgiSubmission() lift the per-period submission record to the run page: the progress rail and salary hero now render the real state machine (generated, underlag inskickat, vantar pa BankID-signatur, inlamnad med kvittensnummer) instead of telling users to "lamna in" an already-submitted declaration. - Success card with kvittensnummer and signature metadata once signed, plus a toast when a poll flips the state while the page is open. - AGI kvittens cron every 15 min instead of every 2 h so filings signed on another device get stamped and emailed promptly. - Advanced submit also auto-generates, and the stale "Lon -> AGI -> Generera" error text now points at the real buttons. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(enable-banking): instant OAuth callback feedback and dead-attempt cleanup The bank redirect landed on a blank page for the several seconds the callback spent exchanging the PSD2 session and mirroring accounts, and every failed connect attempt left a status='error' row that rendered forever as an "Atgard kravs" card next to a successful retry, showing duplicate connections to the same bank. - Stream a branded "Slutfor bankanslutningen" progress page from the callback: the shell flushes before the session exchange starts and a script/meta redirect follows when the work completes, with a 30s slow-work escape hatch. Fast outcomes (denial, bad params, unknown state) keep their plain redirects. - Delete never-activated connection rows (no session_id, no accounts_data) on denial or exchange failure, and sweep leftovers for the same bank on the next connect. Established connections keep their "Atgard krävs" card via the accounts_data guard; FKs are ON DELETE SET NULL so deletion has no dependents. - Show "Banken ar ansluten: hamtar dina konton" while the settings panel loads after the callback instead of an anonymous spinner. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): reject re-send of issued invoices and gate bookkeeping on the sent flip A direct POST to /api/invoices/[id]/send against an already-issued invoice re-emailed the customer and posted a second revenue verifikat (createInvoiceJournalEntry has no dedup), overwriting journal_entry_id and orphaning the first entry. Only the UI hid the button; the v1 route and the MCP commit executor already rejected non-drafts. - Non-draft invoices now return 409 INVOICE_ALREADY_SENT. - The draft to sent status flip is an optimistic lock (status guard plus row-count check); journal entry, accrual schedules, PDF archival and the invoice.sent event only run for the request that won the flip. - On a flip failure the journal entry is deferred: the row stays draft and a retry re-runs the pipeline, ending with exactly one verifikat. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): payment links, failure visibility and sandbox guard for recurring auto-send - sendInvoiceFromSchedule now auto-creates an online payment link via applyPaymentLinkToInvoice before rendering and passes the payment link QR to the PDF: parity with the dashboard and v1 send routes, which recurring invoices silently lacked. - The recurring cron persists last_run_warning both when a claimed run throws (hourly retries stay visible on the schedule) and when a stale schedule is rolled forward, so a deterministic failure can no longer skip a month silently. - Auto-send is blocked for sandbox companies at the email chokepoint (freeze-and-retain: the invoice is still generated as a draft), covering both the cron and the run-now route with one guard. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): close the Fortnox payroll API gaps (phases 1-4) Payroll now runs end-to-end through the open API, including onboarding a client from another payroll system, with every write staged for approval. - v1: per-employee payslips (list/detail/PDF), payslip line writes, run roster attach/remove, absence ranges (per-day storage), jamkning fields, cutover opening balances (single + atomic bulk PUT), vacation balance + vacation-year-close. PUT added to the wrapper's idempotency/ test-key set (test keys could otherwise write through PUT). - MCP: 10 new tools (get_employee/get_payslip/list_absence/ get_vacation_balance reads + staged update_payslip_line, register_absence, create_employee, update_employee, set_employee_opening_balances, close_vacation_year), executors, risk tiers, op-type CHECK expansions. create_employee encrypts personnummer at staging: pending_operations never holds plaintext. - Scope-map audit retrofit: 11 formerly unmapped tools now scoped; BREAKING for keys that relied on the 4 default-allow writes. - Cutover: employee_opening_balances (derived lock trigger, self-unlocks on run correction), engine YTD/karens/liability integration, Ingaende saldon section in the employee editor. - Arbetsschema-lite: employees.hours_per_week/workdays_per_week drive the hourly/daily divisors; legacy 173/21 preserved exactly at defaults so existing pay math is byte-identical. - Vacation ledger + semesterberedning/arsavslut: recomputed per-year day balances (synced on book/correct, non-fatal), year-close with the min-20 floor, 5-year sparade-dagar expiry to forced payout, and a 2920/2940 drift adjustment via the bookkeeping engine; Semester dashboard card with preview-then-confirm dialog. - Fix: Zod 4 defaults leak through .partial(), which made every sparse employee PATCH fail validation and reset defaulted columns. Migrations 20260713100000/101000/110000/121000/122000 (applied to staging with version rows; prod via merge). vacation_ledger renamed from 20260713120000 to avoid colliding with vat_declaration_totals_rpc. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: cut dashboard page-load latency (region, round trips, caching, VAT RPC) The dominant cost was infrastructure: Vercel functions ran in iad1 (Washington D.C.) while Supabase (DB + auth) lives in eu-north-1 (Stockholm), so every request paid 4-5 transatlantic round trips of auth + company resolution before doing any real work (measured 530-1900ms for single-query GETs in prod logs). Pin functions to arn1 and cut the redundant work on top: - vercel.json: functions to arn1, same city as the database - getActiveCompanyId: preference + first-membership queries run in parallel; the fallback result doubles as validation in the common single-company case (one round trip instead of two sequential) - withRouteContext: Server-Timing header and authMs/companyMs/handlerMs in the op-completed log, so latency is attributable per phase - dashboard layout: nav badge counts off the critical path; DashboardNav loads them client-side via the new use-worklist-badges SWR hook with debounced realtime revalidation - swr (new dependency, approved): global provider; useCompanySettings shares one cache entry across consumers and renders from cache on back-navigation instead of re-showing skeletons - /pending: realtime refetch debounced; bulk operations previously fired 4 requests per row-change event - VAT declaration: new get_vat_declaration_totals RPC returns per-account totals, settlement-shape detection (#984) and source_type counts in ONE round trip instead of paging every entry+line through PostgREST. Account lists stay TS-side parameters so ACCOUNT_RUTA remains the single source of truth. Shape-exclusion coverage moved to tests/pg/vat-declaration-totals-rpc.pg.test.ts; DDL already applied to staging. - bundle: CommandPalette lazy-mounts on first Ctrl/Cmd+K, AgentChat dynamic-imports the markdown parser, @vercel/speed-insights (new dependency, approved) added for real-user timings The /salary fetch-waterfall fix from the same effort already landed inside 2084a756. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): settle öre-rounded payments from the mark-paid flow An invoice with öresavrundning shows a rounded "Att betala" on the PDF; the customer pays that amount (up to 50 öre off the stored öre total) and the invoice-page mark-paid flow rejected it with MATCH_AMOUNT_EXCEEDS_REMAINING: a dead end, while the bank-transaction match flow already absorbed the residual to 3740. - PaymentBookingDialog now proposes the rounded bank leg plus the 3740 residual line (credit when rounded up, debit when rounded down), resolved via getDisplayTotal from the per-invoice override and company_settings.ore_rounding. - settleInvoicePayment and the v1 mark-paid route absorb the sub-krona residual, gated by planInvoicePaymentForLines: absorption applies ONLY when the caller lines carry the exact residual on 3740; otherwise the strict plan applies (sub-krona partials stay partial, no-3740 overshoots keep the 400), so the GL can never diverge from the AR sub-ledger. - planInvoicePayment absorb-band boundary tightened to >= 1 kr: an exactly-1-kr overshoot used to slip past both the guard and the absorb branch and silently over-record paid_amount (pre-existing on the bank-match path). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): resolve all 7 PR compliance findings - ASVS V3.3: per-request CSP nonce on the enable-banking finalize page (mirrors the mcp-oauth consent page); inline scripts are nonce-bound - ASVS V16: decouple callback finalize work from the response stream (eager promise + next/server after()) so a client disconnect cannot drop session persistence or the consent_granted audit emit - ISO 27001 A.8.15: failed audit-event emits log through the structured logger with a stable message for log-based alerting - ASVS V2.3: recurring-invoice cron and run-now routes resolve isSandboxCompany themselves and pass an explicit suppressAutoSend flag (defence in depth around the email chokepoint, freeze-and-retain kept) - ISO 27001 A.8.11: stagePendingOperation rejects plaintext personnummer-bearing keys in params/preview_data (key-based guard; EF org numbers make value-matching unsafe) - ASVS V4.5: employee PATCH body is truly sparse; cleared number fields are omitted instead of resetting DB values to hardcoded fallbacks - ASVS V8.2.1: route-level tests pin the v1 cross-company deny (404 by convention, not 403) on the payslip PDF endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: implement vacation-year basis change validation and error handling - Added tests to block vacation-year basis changes when open balances exist. - Implemented error handling for open-balances guard query failures in the settings route. - Enhanced absence route to reject reversed date ranges with a validation error. - Updated absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert for better performance and reliability. - Refactored salary calculation logic to correctly handle age-based avgifter rates according to Skatteverket's rules. - Improved error messaging for vacation year closure adjustments. - Adjusted employee opening balances handling to preserve audit information during upserts. * feat(settings): add validation to block vacation-year basis change with open balances feat(absence): reject reversed date ranges in absence queries fix(absence): update absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert fix(employee): improve validation for jamkning dates in employee updates fix(opening-balances): ensure created_by field is preserved during upserts test(absence): enhance tests for absence range and date validations test(calculation): add tests for age-based avgifter rates and edge cases test(semesterberedning): validate vacation year closure adjustments and error handling test(employee-opening-balances): update tests to reflect changes in salary_run_employees schema * fix(migrations): implement NOT VALID constraints for pending_operations and add validation migration --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(dimensions): PR7 producers — auto-tagged documents (invoices, supplier invoices, bulk-book, templates, MCP) (#868)
* feat(dimensions): PR7 producers — invoices/supplier invoices carry dims, generators propagate, BulkBook + templates + MCP bags
Source documents now carry dimension tags and every entry generator
propagates them onto journal lines (dev_docs/dimensions_implementation_plan.md PR7):
- invoices/supplier_invoices.default_dimensions + per-item dimensions
(migration 20260702200000; jsonb DEFAULT '{}' + object CHECK)
- invoice-entries: issuance/payment/cash/credit propagate — item bags merge
over the invoice default per revenue line (account+bag aggregation
identity), payment vouchers re-propagate the linked invoice's bag onto
every leg incl. FX result lines; ROT/RUT 1513 carries the item bag
- supplier-invoice-entries: registration/payment/cash/privately-paid/credit
propagate with the same merge rules (expense buckets keyed account+bag)
- bulk_book_transactions RPC persists per-line bags + derives
cost_center/project mirrors in SQL (migration 20260702201000; malformed
bags rejected with BULK_BOOK_INVALID_DIMENSIONS); route merges the header
default into template/manual lines
- counterparty templates: LinePatternEntry.dimensions learned from SIE
voucher history (kept only when every occurrence agrees), applied to
business lines on booking; QuickReviewDialog shows a dims badge
- categorize: staged dimensions bag tags business lines only (bank/VAT
untagged); credit/convert/inbox copy paths carry bags forward
- propose-payment/send-lines stamp the invoice default so the editable
payment grid books what the preview shows; mark-paid override lines
accept dimensions
- UI: InvoiceEditor + NewSupplierInvoiceForm header KS/Projekt pair with
per-row override; BulkBookDialog header default pair (both tabs)
- MCP: default_dimensions/items[].dimensions on create_invoice +
create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox, dimensions on categorize_transaction,
per-line bags on bulk_book_transactions — resolve-don't-select via the
shared registry helpers, resolutions echoed
32 new propagation unit tests + 4 pg-real tests for the RPC migration.

Design critique: normalize daily-operator flows + UX improvements (#741)
* style(design): normalize daily-operator flows to locked design system Sweep the dashboard, transactions, reconciliation, invoicing and supplier flows for design-system violations (.claude/rules/design.md): - font-medium removed from Hedvig display headings/numerals - font-mono -> tabular-nums on monetary values (voucher ids stay mono) - raw Tailwind status colors -> Badge variants / muted-alert pattern - semantic colors removed from chrome backgrounds (deadline widgets, icon halos) - hand-rolled skeletons/empty-states -> Skeleton / EmptyState primitives - opacity-suffixed borders, the invisible warning-foreground count color, and shadow-sm/rounded-xl on non-overlay surfaces normalized The four files that also received UX changes carry their token fixes in the following commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(ux): clearer dashboard CTA, match confidence, AI provenance, invoice actions Four high-impact UX fixes from the design critique (these files also carry their design-system token normalization): - Dashboard: render the next-best-action hero for every agent-built company, not only 'slim' nav density, so there is always one obvious next step instead of four equal-weight metric tiles. - Reconciliation: surface the match engine's 0-1 confidence as a graded strength badge (Stark / Trolig / Svag traff) in the shared verifikat picker rows and selected chip; drop the uninformative binary "Foreslagen traff" badge from the match dialog. - Supplier inbox: show AI-filled provenance per extracted field (a success dot that clears once the user verifies/edits the value) so misparsed amounts/dates get proofread before they post to an immutable verifikat. - Invoice detail: keep each status's primary action only in the header row; the sidebar "Status actions" card now holds secondary/reversible actions only (makulera, ta bort, skapa kreditnota, manual-send alternative), removing the duplicated CTAs and closing a viewer-permission gap on the old sidebar buttons. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(ux): Tier-B medium design-critique fixes across daily-operator flows - Reconciliation: standardise the match-confirm verb on "Matcha" (was "Koppla" in MatchVoucherDialog) and replace the hand-rolled date <input>s in the bank reconciliation view with the Input primitive. - Supplier inbox: fold the two alternative bookings (Skapa leverantorsfaktura / Bokfor som verifikat) behind a single "Andra satt att bokfora" dropdown so the default path (Matcha mot transaktion) stays the lone primary action. - Duplicate-payment guard: demote the "Skapa ny verifikation anda" escape hatch to a ghost button so the safe "Koppla till befintlig" path dominates. - Onboarding: raise the "start fresh" escape hatch from a muted text link to a visible secondary button; normalise the checklist's off-scale spacing. - Supplier flows: finish the font-mono -> tabular-nums sweep on monetary values in the supplier-invoice detail / create / review surfaces (ids stay mono). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): keep overdue rows visually distinct (destructive chrome is allowed) The Tier-A normalization stripped all semantic-color row tints from the deadline widgets, but design.md exempts --destructive ("only --destructive survives in chrome"). Restore a subtle bg-destructive/5 on OVERDUE rows so missed tax/AGI deadlines (-> skattetillagg) stay noticeable in a list scan; action-needed (warning) rows stay clean since warning is data-only. Surfaced by the Swedish compliance review on #741. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): hide match-strength badge on already-matched verifikat Per the Swedish compliance review on #741: a green "Stark traff" confidence badge rendered alongside "Redan matchad" could visually nudge an accidental double-match of a posted verifikat (a BFL 5 kap audit-trail concern). Suppress the strength badge when linked_transaction_count > 0 so "Redan matchad" is the lone signal there; N:1 matching stays an explicit opt-in. Add/pdf and templates (#705)
* fix(invoices): apply configured voucher series to payments + preview next voucher The booking engine resolves the series from default_voucher_series_per_source_type, but the global "Standardserie" dropdown wrote a separate field the engine ignored, and cash-method invoice payments (invoice_cash_payment) weren't exposed in settings — so configured series were silently dropped to "A". - Expose cash/private payment source types in the per-source-type form - Write the global default through to the map on save, keeping overrides - Resolve voucher-sequences/next by source_type (+date) to match the engine - Show the upcoming voucher (V2) in the payment dialog title - Share resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType so preview and booking can't drift Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): keep AGI panel in sync with Skatteverket signing state The AGI panel mixed run-scoped generation state (agi_generated_at, agi_declarations) with period-scoped submission state (extension_data agi_submission_{period}), so the two could drift and present contradictory UI. Reconcile them: - Auto-detect a Mina Sidor BankID signature: while awaiting_signing, poll /agi/kvittenser on mount and on tab refocus so the panel flips to "signed" (hiding the signing actions) without a manual "Hamta kvittens" click. - Warn instead of offering to sign when the locked granskningsunderlag predates the run's latest AGI generation (draftIsStale) — avoids filing superseded figures. - Self-heal a stale "AGI-XML saknas" error once the run's AGI is (re)generated out-of-band (MCP/API/other tab). - Refetch the salary run on tab focus so agi_generated_at reflects out-of-band generation without a hard reload. - /agi/lasUpp now clears the cached agi_submission_{period} record, so unlocking drops the panel back to the pre-submission state instead of stranding it on a released "redo att signeras" draft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: Implement VAT registration handling and invoice item line types - Added VAT registration check in commitCreateInvoice to set VAT rate to 0% for non-VAT registered companies. - Updated invoice creation logic to reflect 'exempt' VAT treatment and adjusted related fields accordingly. - Introduced support for free-text and blank spacer rows in invoice items by adding a new line_type field. - Enhanced invoice and credit note handling to accommodate new line types. - Added new localized messages for text rows in English and Swedish. - Created tests for salary run approval logic, ensuring bank details are validated correctly. - Implemented effective net payout calculation for salary runs, considering tax overrides. - Added SQL migrations to support new invoice item line types and accounting method awareness for linking invoices to vouchers. * feat(articles): artikelregister with revenue account + VAT rate per article Article register (non-inventory) with per-article VAT rate and optional BAS class-3 revenue-account override. Includes API routes, UI pages, MCP tools, pending-operation staging, and the activate-or-create account flow (ACCOUNTS_NOT_IN_CHART -> ActivateAccountsDialog, unknown numbers -> AddAccountDialog) reusing the journal entry UX. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): no-doc-required batch + bulk-missing endpoints Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(payments): supplier payment lines + cash-method invoice matching Shared payment-line proposal for supplier invoices, improved match-invoice/match-supplier-invoice flows (kontantmetoden-aware), and voucher-link support without requiring a 151x clearing entry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): new journal entry dialog, SIE import tweaks, misc New journal entry dialog component, journal list/page updates, invoice editor updates, SIE import adjustments, transaction ingest and api-key tweaks, pr-agent workflow update. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): implement tax reduction features and localization updates * feat(tests): add VAT registration gate to pending operations commit tests --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat: voucher linking, recovery ops, and salary overrides (#591)
* feat: voucher linking, recovery ops, and salary overrides Adds reversible/correction-style write paths that customers and agents have been asking for, plus per-run salary employee overrides. Invoice → voucher linking - POST /api/invoices/[id]/link-to-voucher and GET /api/invoices/[id]/voucher-candidates - lib/invoices/voucher-matching.ts with full + pg test coverage - LinkVoucherPicker UI in PaymentBookingDialog - pending_operations.operation_type expanded with link_invoice_voucher (medium risk) and a (journal_entry_id, invoice_id) unique guard - MCP: gnubok_find_voucher_candidates_for_invoice and gnubok_link_invoice_to_voucher tools SIE undo - POST /api/import/sie/[id]/undo + undo_sie_import RPC - sie_imports.status gains 'undone' - ImportResultStep surfaces the action; structured error SIE_UNDO_FAILED Edit-recreate journal entries - POST /api/bookkeeping/journal-entries/[id]/edit-recreate - Bookkeeping detail page wires it into the existing edit flow Delete-last-voucher clears IB link - Trigger + pg test ensure deleting the last voucher of a period nulls the opening_balance_journal_entry_id link so a re-import lands cleanly Salary employee overrides - salary_run_employees gains per-run override fields + migration - lib/salary/effective-values.ts centralises resolved values; all payslip, payment, AGI, KU, and booking routes read through it - SalaryOverridePanel on the employee detail page Account classifier - lib/bookkeeping/account-classifier.ts + tests; AddAccountDialog uses it - backfill-import-accounts script updated Misc - toast: minor styling tweak - AGI generate-declaration: respect effective values - structured-errors: new LINK_INVOICE_VOUCHER namespace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add link_invoice_voucher operation type to pending_operations * feat: refactor salary run calculations and update error handling for SIE imports * fix: PR review feedback on voucher linking and SIE recovery pg-real (blocking): - tests/pg/delete-last-voucher-ib: drop posted_at = now() from the seed UPDATE — journal_entries has no posted_at column. - lib/invoices/__tests__/voucher-matching.pg: seed the posted voucher before closing the fiscal period so enforce_period_lock doesn't block the INSERT during setup. voucher-matching error codes and rollback: - Add LINK_VOUCHER_DB_ERROR (HTTP 500) and return it on real invoice UPDATE / payment INSERT failures. Previously these returned LINK_VOUCHER_VOUCHER_NOT_FOUND (404) which the pending-op dispatcher auto-rejects on transient DB errors. - Log rollback failures explicitly so an invoice left in a half-linked state (advanced status, no payment row) surfaces for manual reconciliation instead of disappearing silently. resyncNextPeriodOpeningBalance ordering: - Create the new IB first, relink the period FK, then storno the old IB. Previously the storno ran first; if createJournalEntry failed the next period was left with a reversed IB and nothing to replace it, and executeSIEImport swallows the error as a non-fatal warning. replace_period_opening_balance_link: - Tighten role check to owner/admin (was owner/admin/member). Matches delete_last_voucher and undo_sie_import. Data minimisation: - /api/invoices/[id]/voucher-candidates and the matching MCP tools now project only the invoice and customer fields the matcher reads, instead of returning the full customer row. Schema bounds: - SalaryEmployeeOverrideSchema caps each numeric override at 10 MSEK to catch typos before they reach the ledger or AGI. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): supply user_id when seeding voucher_sequences voucher_sequences.user_id is NOT NULL (per the multi-tenant refactor in 20260330130000). The previous test seed only set company_id / fiscal_period_id / voucher_series, which made the seed fail with a constraint violation on the latest pg-real run. Pass the same userId used elsewhere in the seed helper. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): scope delete-last-voucher RPC assertions inside the tx withUserContext always ROLLBACKs, so any DELETE the RPC performs is discarded when the callback returns. The previous test then queried journal_entries via a fresh getPool() connection that only saw the pre-RPC committed seed state — hence "expected '1' to be '0'". Move every post-RPC assertion (entry count, period FK clear, opening_balances_set flip, audit log entry, sie_imports clear) inside the same withUserContext callback so they observe the uncommitted state before ROLLBACK fires. Also fix the sie_imports INSERT: the column is `filename`, not `file_name`, and `sie_type` is NOT NULL. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): assert against the IB-marker audit row directly DELETE on journal_entries fires two audit_log writes: the generic write_audit_log() trigger row ("Deleted journal_entries record") and the delete_last_voucher RPC's explicit "(was period IB)" entry. Both land at the same statement_timestamp(), so ORDER BY created_at DESC LIMIT 1 returned the trigger row non-deterministically in CI. Switch to a presence check with a LIKE filter on the IB marker so the test verifies what it actually cares about — that the RPC's IB-aware audit row exists. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(db): set company_id on delete_last_voucher audit_log rows 20260528120000_delete_last_voucher_clears_ib_link.sql inserts directly into audit_log without setting company_id. audit_log's SELECT policy filters company_id IN user_company_ids(), so those rows landed with company_id=NULL and were invisible to every reader — only the generic write_audit_log() trigger row remained visible. That broke BFL audit- trail intent: the "(was period IB)" provenance row was never readable. Republish delete_last_voucher with p_company_id populated on both audit_log INSERTs (draft path and posted path). Behavior is otherwise unchanged; the pg-real test for the IB-clear flow now sees the RPC-written marker row as expected. fix(invoices): duplicate-payment guard on customer mark-paid + categorize (#502)
* fix(invoices): duplicate-payment guard on customer mark-paid + categorize
Two-pronged fix preventing duplicate verifikationer when a customer
invoice is marked paid OR a 19xx→1510 categorization is applied to an
inbound bank tx that already belongs to an open invoice.
Prong A (mark-paid): before booking, scan unlinked positive business
bank txs from the same customer within ±2% / ±60 days. If candidates
exist, return 409 INVOICE_PAID_LIKELY_DUPLICATE with per-candidate
match_reason (ocr_exact > name_amount_fuzzy > amount_only). Override
via `{ force: true }`. Applied to both legacy /api/invoices/[id]/
mark-paid and v1 /api/v1/.../invoices/[id]/mark-paid; v1 guard runs
before dry-run so previews can't mask the warning.
Prong B (categorize): when the user assigns 1930→1510 directly on a
positive business tx with a matching open customer invoice (by name
OR by OCR-normalized reference), return 409
TX_CATEGORIZE_SUGGEST_CI_MATCH routing them to /match-invoice.
Mirrors the supplier-side guard from #461. Shared helpers
(DUPLICATE_AMOUNT_TOLERANCE_PCT, escapeLikePattern) reused as-is.
New helper normalizeOcrReference() strips non-digits for Swedish OCR
equality. New shared candidate-finder
lib/invoices/duplicate-payment-candidates.ts keeps the legacy and v1
routes calling the same code.
Frontend:
- PaymentBookingDialog intercepts the 409, renders candidate list
with match_reason badges (Exakt OCR-träff / Sannolik träff /
Möjlig träff), offers "Länka transaktion" or "Bokför ändå"
(force-retry generates a fresh Idempotency-Key for v1 callers)
- transactions/page.tsx mirrors siMatchSuggestion handling as
ciMatchSuggestion with a parallel "Matcha mot kundfaktura?" dialog
v1 caveat documented in the route's pitfalls block:
INVOICE_PAID_LIKELY_DUPLICATE force-retry requires a fresh
Idempotency-Key because the original is body-hash bound; reusing it
returns 400 IDEMPOTENCY_KEY_REUSE.
Tests: 5 new mark-paid tests (legacy + v1) covering 409, force

* fix(invoices): address compliance-swarm review on duplicate-payment guard
Three review-driven fixes:
1. **PostgREST .or() injection (OWASP V1.2.5).** `escapeLikePattern` neutralises
LIKE wildcards but NOT PostgREST filter-DSL chars (`,`, `.`, `(`, `)`). A
customer name like `Acme,fake.eq.true` could otherwise inject a synthetic
filter clause into the `.or('merchant_name.ilike.%X%,description.ilike.%X%')`
string. Replaced with two parameterised `.ilike()` queries dispatched in
parallel and merged by id in JS. Slight perf cost (two index hits per call),
eliminates the DSL-injection surface entirely.
2. **Date window anchored on invoice_date instead of due_date
(swedish-accounting-compliance bot).** The Prong B categorize intercept
filtered open customer invoices by `invoice_date ± 60d` relative to the
bank-tx date. For invoices with 60–90 day payment terms, the actual
payment lands well after `invoice_date`, so the legitimate match falls
outside the window and the guard silently misses it. Switched to
`due_date ± 60d` — the better proxy for "around when payment is expected."
No corresponding change for Prong A (mark-paid), which is correctly
anchored on `paymentDate` (the user-supplied or default-today date) and
scans bank-tx dates around that anchor.
3. **Force-bypass log enrichment (ISO A.8.15, OWASP V16).** Both
`duplicate-payment guard bypassed` warn entries now include `userId` and
`paymentAmount`. Attribution was previously incomplete — the bypass log
carried only `invoiceId`, which forced a join in log aggregation to
identify the acting principal.
Tests updated for the two-query pattern (legacy mark-paid suite enqueues
two transactions-table responses per guard invocation; v1 tests already
worked with the single-entry-per-table mock semantics).

* chore(docs): redirect /docs/api and /llms-full.txt to docs.gnubok.se
Canonical docs host is now docs.gnubok.se. Every `docs_url` field on the
v1 error envelope still points at /docs/api/* on this app; the 308
permanent redirect forwards humans and agent crawlers to the docs
subdomain without us needing to mass-update structured-errors.ts.
/llms-full.txt also routes through the docs host where it's served from
the docs site's own build.

fix: scope company_settings query to active company in invoice dialogs (#288)
SendInvoiceDialog and PaymentBookingDialog called .single() on company_settings without a company_id filter, relying on RLS to narrow the result. RLS uses user_company_ids() which returns every company the user can access, so multi-company users (including team members) got multiple rows back and PostgREST returned 406. Filter explicitly by the active company and use maybeSingle() so a missing row falls back to defaults. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat: reverse charge VAT (ruta 20-32) + mobile UX improvements (#50)
* fix: include reversed entries in all reports (general ledger, trial balance, VAT, SIE, NE, INK2) Reversed entries (storno) must appear alongside their original posted entries in reports for a complete audit trail. Previously, filtering by status='posted' excluded them, causing discrepancies when corrections had been made. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: semi-manual invoice payment booking with editable journal lines When marking an invoice as paid, users now see a dialog where they can: - Choose which bank/cash account the payment goes to (1910, 1920, 1930, etc.) - Review and edit the proposed journal entry lines before committing - The happy path remains fast — lines are pre-filled correctly Implementation: - Pure proposePaymentLines() function for line computation (accrual + cash) - PaymentBookingDialog with AccountCombobox, balance validation, date picker - API accepts optional custom lines, falls back to auto-generation without them - 18 tests (8 unit + 10 API) all passing Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address Greptile review — validation fallback, balance check, error handling - P1: Return 400 on invalid body instead of silently falling back to auto-generated lines (split JSON parse from schema validation) - P1: Add server-side balance check for custom lines before committing (debit must equal credit, totalDebit > 0) - P2: Wrap PaymentBookingDialog init() in try/catch with toast on failure and auto-close instead of silent empty state - Add 2 new tests: unbalanced lines → 400, invalid schema → 400 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: OAuth callback redirect for local dev and timeout resilience - Pass redirectUri dynamically from NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL so OAuth callbacks work on localhost (not just production) - Encode consentId/provider in OAuth state (base64url JSON) so the callback doesn't depend on session storage - Add skipAuth flag to extension API routes for OAuth callbacks (external provider redirects have no user session cookie) - Wrap AbortError in descriptive timeout messages in arcim-client - Make preview endpoint resilient to partial failures (company info and SIE fetch are individually non-blocking) - Simplify login page (remove unused magic link auth mode) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: create journal entry before marking invoice as paid Move journal entry creation before the invoice status update so that if accounting fails, the invoice is not permanently marked paid without a corresponding entry.
