feat(supplier-invoices): payment-queue sections and a grouping picker (#2102)
* feat(supplier-invoices): payment-queue sections and a grouping picker The list groups into Väntar på betalning / Betalda och avslutade sections by default so the payment queue is never buried; a toolbar picker switches grouping to supplier, month, or none, written back to the URL as ?group=. The tri-state column sort governs order inside each group, and with no sort active the status sections run newest first. Both message catalogs carry the new strings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: group by supplier_id, not display name (mirrors #2101 review) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): address review: shared helper, API order kept, queue includes partially_paid - keep CHECKBOX_REVEAL_CLASS and useRangeSelect from main (the PR had reverted #2093 and the region now carries #2117) - default the grouping picker to 'none' - render sections from the shared lib/lists/group-rows.ts helper, the same implementation #2101 uses, instead of a second copy of the bucketing - drop the byNewestFirst re-sort: for a payment queue the API's forfallodatum-ascending default is the order that matters, so grouping no longer changes it - isAwaitingPayment now mirrors PAYABLE_STATUSES and includes partially_paid, so a partially paid invoice stays in the queue - colSpan follows the column count: canWrite ? 9 : 8 - replace the banned em dash placeholders with an UNKNOWN_GROUP_KEY sentinel and a translated label - section headers carry data-no-stagger, and the header row uses the same index-based prevKey shape as #2101 instead of an IIFE Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): flat is the URL-less default; range select walks the grouped order (review) Only 'none' owns the URL-less state so a chosen grouping survives reload. Shift-click ranges now index the sectioned order the table renders instead of the pre-grouping sort, as useRangeSelect requires. feat(invoices): grouped sections and a grouping picker on the customer invoice list (#2101)
* feat(invoices): grouped sections and a grouping picker on the customer invoice list Default view groups rows into Utkast / Väntar på betalning / Betalda och avslutade sections; a toolbar picker switches grouping to customer, month, or none, written back to the URL as ?group= so views stay shareable. Column sorting applies within each section and cycles asc / desc / default so an applied sort can be released; paging and the detail pager follow the rendered group order. Both message catalogs carry the new strings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: group by customer_id, not display name (review) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): address review: shared bucketing helper, flat default, no #2093 revert - keep CHECKBOX_REVEAL_CLASS and useRangeSelect from main: the PR had re-inlined the old hidden-until-hover classes, reverting #2093, and the same region now carries #2117's shift-click range selection - default the grouping picker to 'none': sections on the most-used list page are a design change, so grouping stays an explicit choice - extract the ~90 lines of bucketing into lib/lists/group-rows.ts, a pure helper with vitest coverage that both list pages now render from - derive statusGroupOf from matchesListTab so the sections and the tabs cannot drift apart - replace the banned em dash placeholders with an UNKNOWN_GROUP_KEY sentinel and a translated 'Saknas' label - section headers carry data-no-stagger so they skip the row animation Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): flat is the URL-less default; drop the sort cycle (review) Picking Status stripped the group param while the initialiser falls back to the flat list, so the choice was lost on reload; now only 'none' owns the URL-less state. The header sort returns to main's two-state toggle (DECISIONS 2026-08-11). feat(salary): recurring payroll lines per employee (#2042) (#2044)
* feat(salary): recurring payroll lines per employee (#2042) A standing per-employee payslip row derived into every salary run inside its validity window, e.g. a benefit-bike bruttolöneavdrag of -670 kr/month. Mirrors the employee_benefits pattern end to end: - employee_recurring_lines table with RLS, audit + updated_at triggers, and a salary_line_items.source_recurring_line_id back-link; amount sign and account format enforced by CHECKs - run-calculation step 8d3 derives rows with flags computed from the item type (gross deductions reduce tax + AGA bases, net deductions post-tax); derived rows are excluded from the manual-line set like benefit rows - CRUD routes under /api/salary/employees/[id]/recurring-lines with the same 401/403/404/400 contract as the benefits routes - EmployeeRecurringLinesPanel on the employee page, sv/en strings - registered in the BFL full-archive export Closes #2042 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): address #2044 review: feed recurring rows to the engine, guard deletes - Derived recurring rows are now appended to the calculateSalary lineItems set: they were inserted into salary_line_items but excluded from the in-memory calculation, so a recurring deduction never affected the payslip math (CodeRabbit, major). - DELETE deactivates a line that has derived rows instead of hard-deleting: ON DELETE SET NULL would turn a draft run's derived row into an apparent manual row that recalculation keeps forever; deactivation preserves the provenance link and lets the next recalculation drop the draft rows (CodeRabbit, major). The panel hides inactive lines. - POST employee lookup uses maybeSingle and answers 500 on lookup failure, 404 only on zero rows. - Panel: try/finally releases loading/submitting on network failure, and a request sequence guard stops a stale load from overwriting a newer list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): move employee_recurring_lines off 20260830140000, which upstream now occupies Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): bind employee_id to company_id with a composite FK (review) The dimensions pattern: UNIQUE (id, company_id) on employees plus a composite FK, so RLS company scoping cannot be sidestepped by pointing a recurring line at another company's employee (IDOR, CWE-639). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): address review: deductions only, race-free delete, engine and pg tests Review round on #2044: - Blocker: recurring 'other' additions removed from the whitelist, the migration CHECK and the panel. calculateSalary only treats ADDITION_TYPES as additions, so a recurring taxable addition rendered on the payslip without entering gross, tax, AGA or AGI. Re-add only together with engine support (recorded in DECISIONS.md). - Delete race: salary_line_items.source_recurring_line_id is now NO ACTION instead of SET NULL; the DELETE route deletes first and falls back to deactivation on 23503, so a deletion racing a concurrent derivation can never orphan a derived row into an apparent manual row. NO ACTION defers to statement end, so company-deletion cascades are unaffected. - Correction runs copy source_benefit_id / source_recurring_line_id, so recalculating a correction no longer derives the copied rows a second time (pre-existing for benefits, now pinned). - Engine tests: gross_deduction_other through calculateSalary asserts gross, taxable income and avgifterBasis drop while the semester base stays; net_deduction_union only moves the paid-out net. - pg-real tests for the new table: RLS membership, composite FK cross-company refusal, deduction-only CHECKs, and the NO ACTION back-link blocking deletes of derived-into lines. - Nice-to-haves: POST rounds the stored amount to ore, the redundant single-column employees FK is dropped (composite carries the cascade), the schemas.ts comment references the real migration version, and the panel explains the validity-window semantics (payment date, bounds inclusive, no proration). - Rebased onto main; the phantom-columns ceiling re-measured at 395 on the merged tree. - DECISIONS.md records the vacation-basis judgment call (semester base not reduced by recurring gross deductions). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): gate recurring-line writes on the writer role, 404 unmatched deletes Two findings from the 2026-09-02 review round: - Superagent P1: the write policies were membership-only, so a read-only viewer could write recurring payroll deductions straight through PostgREST, bypassing the route's requireWrite. The table now carries aa_enforce_company_writer_role, the same gate 20260902093000 attaches to every company-scoped table (it also fires inside SECURITY DEFINER bodies, where RLS does not apply). The migration is re-versioned to 20260902140000 so the function exists when a fresh database replays the folder in order. - CodeRabbit: a filtered DELETE reports no error when nothing matches, so an unknown or cross-company line answered 200 deleted: true. The delete now selects the removed row and answers 404 when it is null. Tests: pg-real asserts a viewer is refused insert, update and delete with 42501 while the row survives unchanged, plus a non-member case; the route tests pin the 404. 896 salary tests green, rebased on main. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(salary): pin the recurring-line payload column sets Answers the phantom-column ceiling finding with scoped assertions rather than a bare ceiling raise: the PATCH route test now asserts the exact writable column set, and the comment records that the pg-real test covers the derived-row shape against the real table. Making the PATCH payload a literal would turn a partial update into last-write-wins, which is why the shape stays unresolved. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): round recurring line amounts with roundOre check:guards naive-ore-round ratchet: the derived recurring row used Math.round(x * 100) / 100 (baseline 615, +1); roundOre is already imported in run-calculation.ts. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): guard the employees unique-key add against #2145 merge order #2145 (expense claims) also adds employees_id_company_id_key. Wrap this migration's ADD CONSTRAINT in an idempotent DO block so whichever of the two PRs merges second does not fail on a duplicate constraint. feat(rot-rut): match Skatteverket's payout against the begäran from the bank row (#2271)
* feat(rot-rut): match Skatteverket's payout against the begäran from the bank row A ROT/RUT invoice is stored with remaining_amount net of the deduction, so once the customer pays it flips to paid and drops out of the matchable set. Skatteverket's payout for the 1513 share then lands as an income row with no candidate: the only clearing path was a headless settle endpoint that never linked the bank row. The candidate is the payout request (one lump sum per begäran, possibly covering several invoices), modelled exactly like the supplier-invoice hint: - migration 20260904020000: transactions.potential_rot_rut_payout_request_id - pure matcher (exact amount vs decided_total ?? requested_total, boosted when Skatteverket is named, ambiguous when two requests share the amount) - hint written at bank ingest and by batch-match-invoices; cleared by the link and reconciliation paths and by clearSettledInvoiceSuggestions - shared settle service (lib/invoices/rot-rut-settle.ts) used by the existing settle route and the new POST /api/transactions/[id]/match-rot-rut-payout, which books debit 19xx / credit 1513 and links the row in one call - transactions inbox pill, own confirm dialog listing the covered invoices, manual fallback section in the invoice picker, worklist and Att göra rows Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01HmEpYNMHycUPzSwBECEzZ5 Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(rot-rut): cap the payout at the begäran, CAS on the request and on stale pointers Skeptic findings on 6aa7b2e5c: - a bank row larger than the begäran was booked in full, driving 1513 into a credit balance and rewriting decided_total to the bank amount: refuse amount > decided_total ?? requested_total in the service and block the dialog's confirm with the reason - two concurrent settles could both attach and credit 1513 twice: the request update now locks on settlement_journal_entry_id IS NULL and the loser returns ROT_RUT_SETTLE_RACE (409) with its orphan voucher id - a row with a stale (reversed) journal_entry_id passed the route guard but always lost the null-only link CAS: the route forwards the pointer it read and the service locks on that value, as link-journal-entry does - the pinned underlag on the bank row now propagates onto the voucher Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01HmEpYNMHycUPzSwBECEzZ5 Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(rot-rut): review round: SEK gate, voucher-less paid matchable, hint-write errors, one live voucher per begäran CodeRabbit findings on a93dc46b8, one batch: - picker and dialog only offer a begäran to SEK rows (the route refuses other currencies, so the manual flow no longer dead-ends) - a voucher-less `paid` request (beslut recorded via PATCH, money not yet booked) is matchable; settled means a settlement voucher exists - ingest and batch-match check the hint update's error before draining the pool or counting the match - the invoice.match_confirmed payload clears the payout hint like the row - migration 20260904021000: partial unique index on journal_entries (company_id, source_id) for live rot_rut_payout entries, so two racing settles cannot both book a voucher; pg test included Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01HmEpYNMHycUPzSwBECEzZ5 Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> --------- Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(parties): name the company inside a voucher text, and stop asking SCB about foreign ones (#2265)
* feat(parties): name the company inside a voucher text, and stop asking SCB about foreign ones
The registry picker searched SCB on the whole display name, which for an
assistant-written voucher is a sentence, so "1511768101 · Visma Spcs AB,
faktura ..." never matched and foreign suppliers produced an empty list
with no explanation.
- lib/parties/name-extract.ts: name candidates read out of the text,
anchored on legal-form words (AB, AB (publ), Inc., Ltd, B.V., GmbH, Oy,
...) and on country words, plus EU VAT numbers. Every candidate is a
substring of the text; foreign forms and countries mark the candidate
as one SCB cannot hold.
- Suggestions: the display name prefers the legal person named in the
text ("TIC identity" becomes "The Intelligence Company AB (publ)"),
the voucher texts are stored as a ledger fact for the picker, the
country is stored when the text says, and a single foreign VAT number
in the text becomes the party's VAT number.
- GET .../enrich/candidates plans the search: Swedish legal person first,
cleaned head last, at most three queries, stopping at the first hit;
no SCB call when the best reading is foreign, the response says which
company it read and where.
- Picker: "X ser ut att vara ett utländskt bolag (Irland). SCB:s register
täcker bara svenska företag." with a hint to save by name and VAT
number; alternate readings offered as one-click searches when the
first found nothing.
- nameQuery strips stacked legal-form suffixes ("AB (publ)").
- The queue builds itself whenever the books hold counterparts it has
not seen, not only on a first visit; the toast only appears when
something was created.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(parties): take a text-derived VAT number only on the expense side
A customer's VAT number steers reverse charge on outgoing invoices, so it
must come from a document or a person, never from a text heuristic. A
supplier's is informational and may still be read from the voucher text.

feat(invoices): disclose invoice-register coverage gaps + net-amount search (#2122)
* feat(invoices): disclose invoice-register coverage gaps + amount search After a SIE migration or verifikat backfill, customer invoices exist only as journal entries: the invoice list, kundreskontran, /api/invoices, v1 invoices.list, and MCP list_invoices all looked complete while silently omitting everything before the register's first invoice (user report: two invoiced fees nearly re-invoiced as "uninvoiced"). - lib/invoices/invoice-register-coverage.ts: coverage boundary = earliest register invoice; flags posted non-invoice-engine AR verifikat (1510/1513) before it. AR-keyed, not source_type='import'-keyed, so manual/API backfills are caught too. - Invoice list page: one attn line disclosing the boundary (sv+en). - Kundreskontra: register_coverage in the report payload, rendered in the summary card and as an explanation under "Ej avstamd". - /api/invoices GET: invoice_register_coverage in the response. - v1 invoices.list: meta.coverage + registry pitfall documenting it. - MCP gnubok_list_invoices: invoice_register_coverage + coverage_note on the first page, pointing agents at gnubok_query_journal. - Search: lib/invoices/invoice-search.ts matches net (subtotal) and gross amounts with sv-SE formatting, alongside number/customer matching; a known net amount like 14 000 now finds the 17 500 kr row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01VcW5BU6mU1vNbWpkMKHbHF * fix(invoices): harden register-coverage probe, period-gate reconciliation note, regen api skill Skeptic + CI findings folded into one pass: - Coverage probe: a failed AR lookup now degrades to UNKNOWN (NO_INVOICE_REGISTER_COVERAGE), never to a confident "complete". - Probe driven from journal_entries (company-indexed) with the AR line condition as an inner embed, instead of the lines-table-with-embed-filters shape that lateral-scans every tenant (lib/bookkeeping/entry-lines.ts). - DEBIT-only 1510/1513 lines; excludes every invoice-engine source type (invoice_created, invoice_paid, invoice_cash_payment, credit_note, reminder_fee, rot_rut_payout, storno, correction): an advance payment crediting 1510 or a re-dated rattelse of an engine entry no longer flags. - covers_from ignores drafts so a backdated draft cannot move the boundary. - Kundreskontra "Ej avstamd" explanation is now gated on pre-register AR debits existing IN the reconciled period (new ARReconciliationResult.pre_register_ar_in_period): prior-period migration history cannot explain this period's difference and must not excuse a real felbokning. Wording no longer says "snarare an felbokning". - MCP coverage_note states the earliest register invoice date rather than claiming the register "covers" from it. - Amount search compares magnitudes so credit notes (negative totals) are findable; "-17500" parses; null amounts never match "0". - skills/accounted-api regenerated from the registry (apiskill:check). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01VcW5BU6mU1vNbWpkMKHbHF * chore(api-skill): regenerate accounted-api skill after merging origin/main Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01VcW5BU6mU1vNbWpkMKHbHF * fix(invoices): round-2 review fixes for register-coverage disclosure - covers_from now anchors on real invoices only (document_type='invoice', non-draft): proformas/delivery notes cannot move the boundary. - INVOICE_ENGINE_SOURCE_TYPES exported + a test scans the engine writers (invoice-entries, reminder-fee, rot-rut, storno-service) so a future source_type cannot silently become false pre-register evidence. - Kundreskontra guidance names both 1510 and 1513. - MCP gnubok_list_invoices outputSchema declares invoice_register_coverage and coverage_note. - v1 reports.ar-ledger documents data.register_coverage; invoices.list example made internally consistent; api skill regenerated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01VcW5BU6mU1vNbWpkMKHbHF * fix(mcp): keep gnubok_list_invoices outputSchema minimal to hold the tools/list token budget The expanded schema from the round-2 review pushed tools/list to 61 726 tokens against the held 61 600 ceiling (payload-size.bench.test.ts). The ceiling is policy, not a baseline to bump: the description already tells agents to read invoice_register_coverage/coverage_note, and paginatedSchema has no additionalProperties:false, so the fields stay schema-valid. fix(parties): readable suggestions from assistant vouchers, auto-build queue, SCB fetch after promotion (#2259)
* fix(parties): readable suggestions from assistant-written vouchers, auto-build queue, SCB fetch after promotion Live feedback on a real company (2026-09-03): the queue showed 35 one-off suggestions with sentence-long names, wide empty rows, a "Hämta förslag" step nobody could predict, no SCB fetch after promotion, and an empty supplier created from a Finansinspektionen fee line. - ledger_key v2 (migration 20260904002000): keep the counterpart head of "<counterpart> · <note>" descriptions, drop bank method tokens and long references before normalising; JS mirror in lib/parties/ledger-key.ts with shared LEDGER_KEY_CASES. Suggested parties nobody has touched are rebuilt under the new keys (repair in the same migration). - apply_party_suggestions attaches by VAT number too, so ledger keys with a VAT number but no org number reach existing roles. - Queue: fixed name/reason column widths, inline "Hitta i företagsregistret" for rows without an org number. - Page: builds the queue automatically on first visit when nothing has been suggested yet; after promotion, fetches SCB facts for every promoted legal person (spaced under the 10 calls/10 s limit) and fills the role's VAT number; confirm dialog says how many rows lack an org number. - Classifier: more authorities (Finansinspektionen, Arbetsförmedlingen, Pensionsmyndigheten, ...) and fee words (registreringsavgift, tillsynsavgift, ...) so fee lines stop becoming suppliers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): scope the suggestion repair to keys the new ledger_key no longer produces Superagent flagged the repair DELETE as global. It now only removes untouched pipeline suggestions that no posted voucher of the company maps to under the new function; suggestions whose key is unchanged stay. feat(parties): fetch registry facts from SCB into the dossier, with a picker for parties without an org number (#2258)
* feat(parties): Kontakter register, suggestion queue, dossier and merge Phase 1's two surfaces on top of the parties substrate: - /parties page: one list with the five-way switch (Alla, Kunder, Leverantörer, Förslag, Bara i bokföringen), search, a 12-month/all period picker, and at most one attention line. Confirmed rows show roles as muted text, rhythm, underlag, dominant account and money. Observed rows are computed and never stored; a generic band keeps unattributed spend visible. - Suggestion queue: a reason per row, hard-key rows pre-ticked, bulk confirm behind one dialog, dismiss on hover, undo on the toast. - Dossier slide-over: Pengar, Bokföring, Vad Accounted vet (facts and identities with source and count), Underlag och verifikat, Historik. - Merge dialog with a visible, swappable survivor and undo. - API: GET /api/parties, GET /api/parties/[id], POST suggest, decide, decide/undo, merge, merge/undo (withRouteContext, Zod, 15 tests). - Migration 20260903090000: decide_parties snapshots the reason it clears; undo_party_decisions reverses confirm/dismiss within 30 days; decision kind 'undo'. - The pipeline runs after SIE import and provider migration (non-blocking) so a migrant's register is full on arrival. - Nav entry under Register; sv/en strings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): pass explicit interpolation values to next-intl next build's type check rejects a typed interface where the translator wants an index-signature record. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): retry label on the load-failed state Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): hard keys for companies without org number, readable names, look-alikes at read time - get_ledger_key_evidence dropped every document for a company whose own org number is NULL (the self check compared against NULL). Replaced in 20260903100000 with a coalesced comparison; pg test covers it. - Display names come from the printed name on documents, otherwise from the voucher text with the AP/AR prefix and supplier number removed. - Look-alike parties (same core, or one core extending the other by whole words: Fortnox / Fortnox Finans) are detected when the register is read, never stored, and feed the Dubblett? chip and the merge dialog. - Queue shows Intäkt beside Kostnad; dossier hides zero money rows and formats bankgiro/plusgiro; merge dialog cancels with Avbryt; no synchronous setState inside effects. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(parties): link every new supplier and customer to a party on write The backfill covered the rows that existed on 2026-09-02; 108 rows created since had no party and never reached the register. A BEFORE INSERT/UPDATE trigger on customers and suppliers now calls ensure_party on every write path at once: find-or-create by org number inside the company, never by name; a private customer gets a kind=person party without any number; a nameless row stays unlinked; a foreign party id is refused with the same error as the composite foreign key; a link to a merged party follows the chain to the survivor; the clear that ON DELETE SET NULL performs is kept. ensure_party lets the trigger act for the row's owner (pg_trigger_depth() > 0); the RPC path is unchanged. The migration also links the rows created since the backfill. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): dossier hides dismissed parties and follows merges to the survivor The register hid archived parties while the dossier still served them by id, and a merged party's dossier pointed at a dead row. Superagent P2 on #2206; three unit tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(parties): move the role-link migration past main's 20260903110000 Two files with one version would collide in schema_migrations. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(parties): confirm suggestions into Leverantörer and Kunder, no third noun Founder decision after the walkthrough: users know two words. The page becomes the queue 'Förslag från bokföringen' with 'Bara i bokföringen' beside it; the Kontakter nav entry and the Alla/Kunder/Leverantörer views go. Each suggestion shows what it becomes (Blir), read from the ledger side and changeable per row; confirming calls promote_parties, which creates the supplier and/or customer row from the party's facts, never a duplicate, and is undoable for 30 days through undo_party_promotions (the created rows are archived, the party returns to the queue). Leverantörer and Kunder carry the one attention line that leads here. The dossier offers Lägg upp som leverantör / som kund. Migration 20260903130000, 5 pg tests, route and unit tests updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): write bankgiro and plusgiro the way the supplier form does Identities are stored as digits; suppliers carry 5317-0900. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(parties): fetch registry facts from SCB into the dossier SCB granted API access today (certificate + password, layouts Je and Ae). This adds the first registry enricher of phase 3: - lib/parties/scb: config from env (SCB_API_CERT_PFX_BASE64, SCB_API_CERT_PASSWORD), an mTLS transport on node:https, the mapping of every documented Je variable to a labelled fact, and a client whose wire format sits in one file because SCB replaces the API this month. Legal persons only: a sole trader's org number is a personnummer. - Migration 20260903150000: record_party_facts(company, user, party, source, facts, fetched_at) refreshes unchanged values, supersedes changed ones, never touches other sources. pg test. - POST /api/parties/[id]/enrich: 503 when not configured, 400 for a sole trader, 502 when SCB fails, fills an empty legal name. 7 tests. - Dossier: 'Hämta uppgifter' button (gated on configuration) and the registry rows with 'SCB · datum' as their source line. - scripts/scb/discover.ts prints the live variable list, code tables and one lookup so the request shape is checked against the real API. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): SCB client on the live wire format, mapper on the real Je row Verified against the API on 2026-09-03: an identity lookup is one filter (Variabel 'OrgNr (10 siffror)', Operator ArLikaMed) without status keys, and the row carries '<name>, kod' beside SCB's own text. The mapper now reads those columns, prefers SCB's text, and adds turnover band, seat names and Skatteverket registration. The AB Volvo row is the fixture. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): registry legal name outranks the document one, never a person's Survivorship from the plan: user > registry > document. The dossier's legal-name row now carries 'SCB · datum' when the registry is the source. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): VAT number from the moms flag, one primary action, one source line Founder review of the SCB dossier: - A Swedish company registered for moms has VAT number SE + org number + 01 by construction, so the registry's moms flag yields the number; it fills an empty vat_number on the party and shows in the Momsnr row instead of 'Saknas'. - The 'Registrerad hos Skatteverket' row said nothing (true for every legal person) and is gone. - Five buttons became one primary (the role the ledger suggests) and a menu with the rest; the per-row 'SCB · datum' notes became one group line 'Från SCB · hämtat datum'. - A postal-code-only address (large companies) is labelled as such. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): do not repeat the county when it equals the municipality Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(parties): SCB picker for parties without an org number 'Hitta i företagsregistret' in the dossier menu opens a picker: SCB is searched on the party's name (prefix first, contains as fallback, counts before rows, capped at 25, natural persons and estates excluded, active companies first). The user chooses; the org number is recorded as a fact with source 'user' and set on the party, then the normal fetch runs, so every later fetch is by number. A number another live party holds is refused with a pointer to it. One match is still shown, never auto-picked. The transport retries once on a dropped connection (seen live). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): a picked org number shows in the queue's reason and counts as a hard key Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(parties): SCB search tightened after a batch of real supplier names Twenty-five prod supplier names and twenty org numbers across every legal form went through the search and the lookup: - total is what the picker can offer, not SCB's raw count (Eismann counted one row and offered none, a natural person); - foreign legal forms stay in the query: they are part of the registered name and dropping them floods (Schmidt GmbH became 167 Schmidts); - a fusion or delning in progress is no longer a warning (Fortnox AB and Avanza Bank trade normally under 'Fusion pågår'); distress and disappearance codes still are. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(parties): move the four queue migrations past main's 20260903170000 Main merged 20260903120000_skattekonto_transactions_realtime_publication with the same version as the role-link trigger; the preview database refused the duplicate key. All four now sit after main's newest so the set applies in one ordered run on prod. chore(ui): retire the Building2 icon app-wide (#2235)
Founder request from the register walkthrough. Suppliers (nav, command palette, empty state) use Truck; company and company-scoped surfaces (active company badge, invite, home signpost, SIE preview, template scopes, TIC workspace and its manifest) use Briefcase; the two bank contexts use Landmark. The extension icon resolver no longer maps Building2; the generated sector definitions follow the manifest. feat(parties): Förslag från bokföringen, confirmed straight into Leverantörer and Kunder (#2206)
Migration 20260903130000, 5 pg tests, route and unit tests updated. feat(invoices): offer proforma where the invoice is created (#2217) (#2254)
Proforma existed (document_type 'proforma', its own conversion path and views) but the only way to pick it was the collapsed Förval panel inside the editor. A user coming from Fortnox looked for it next to "Ny faktura", did not find it, and concluded the feature was missing. "Ny proformafaktura" is now an entry in the create split button on /invoices, driven by ?proforma=1 exactly like ?quote=1 drives "Ny offert": the URL opens NewInvoiceDialog with the proforma type preselected, the dialog's accessible title says so, and closing the dialog clears the param. Keys added to sv and en. fix(import): name the IB-imbalance cause and offer the manual opening-balance path (#2082) (#2252)
The SIE preview's "Ingående balanser balanserar inte" warning was a dead end: it said the diff would be booked to 2099 and offered an acknowledge checkbox, nothing else. A new user parsed her SpeedLedger file five times, never reached execute, and emailed support to ask whether IB can be entered by hand (it can, the flow just never said so). The warning now names the usual cause in plain Swedish (föregående års resultat never transferred to eget kapital; SpeedLedger parks it on 9030 /9031), spells out the two ways forward, and offers a button straight into the manual "Ingående balanser" wizard (the CSV/Excel wizard's default entity). The acknowledgement path is unchanged. Copy stays hardcoded Swedish like the rest of the import wizard. Not done: letting the SIE import skip IB when a period already has them (the import refuses such a period today), and running findUntransferredResults at parse time so the preview can name the amount. fix(customers): make country ISO-2 everywhere and check it against the customer type (#2241)
* fix(customers): make country ISO-2 everywhere and check it against the customer type (#2025, #2028) customers.country and suppliers.country were read as ISO codes by the periodisk sammanstallning (SKV 5740), Peppol and the provider importers but written as English names by the customer form and the v1 API, so a correct German customer produced GERMANY811234567 in the SKV file plus two false warnings, and an EU customer saved with land Sverige got reverse charge with nothing objecting until after the invoice was sent. - lib/vat/country-codes.ts: one helper that normalises codes and the Swedish/English names the writers used to store, the country-vs-type rule (swedish_business = SE, eu_business = EU member other than SE that matches the VAT prefix, non_eu_business = outside the EU), and the reverse-charge country gate. - Writers: customer form and supplier form get a country select; internal REST, v1 REST, bulk-create, MCP create/update, CSV/Excel import and the provider migration mapper normalise to a code and refuse unknown text; the consistency rule is a form error and an API 400 (CUSTOMER_COUNTRY_MISMATCH on update). An omitted country is SE for Swedish types, derived from the VAT prefix for eu_business, required for non_eu_business. - vat-rules.ts: getVatRules and friends take the country as a third argument and grant reverse charge only for an EU country other than SE; every invoice/sales-order/MCP call site passes customer.country. - periodisk sammanstallning reads legacy names through the same helper. - Migration 20260903170000: normalize_country_code() SQL twin, country_raw rollback column on both tables, backfill of every non-code row; unknown text is left as-is. pg-real test for the function. Closes #2025, closes #2028 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01D5EmmndLyDCmY5NHYAvYkE * fix(customers): keep reverse charge for defaulted-SE EU rows, gate the country rule on the fields it reads, fix build Skeptic and CI findings on #2241, one pass: - Migration step 4: eu_business rows whose country was null or only the old writer default (SE) while the VAT number names another EU member take the country from the prefix. The pre-2026-09 rules granted reverse charge on type + VIES validation alone, so these rows invoiced at 0% and would have flipped to 25% on the next invoice. country_raw = '' marks a null origin; rollback uses nullif(country_raw, ''). - countryPermitsReverseCharge refuses SE only: a VIES-validated number outweighs a non-EU address (Swiss company registered in DE, Monaco with a FR number, Northern Ireland XI). - checkCountryConsistency: an eu_business outside the EU VAT area is accepted when the VAT prefix is an EU-trade registration (incl. XI); Monaco maps to the FR prefix. - Internal PATCH, MCP update and the commit executor judge the country rule only when customer_type, country or vat_number is part of the update, so a contradictory legacy row can still change its email (v1 already did). - Webshop-order customers get the order's billing country; spreadsheet import derives a missing country from the type and flags contradictions (parser row error + execute schema refine). - Build: v1 [id] route typed the existing row through a narrowed alias (never) and passed messageSv/messageEn the v1 error context lacks; the self-billed customer projection lacked country. - Checks: regenerated skills/accounted-api (customer example country SE). - New parity test holds the migration's SQL name table to the TS table. - DECISIONS.md: correct migration version and the revised rule. fix(payroll): declare AGI for the payout month, not the run's period month (#2191) (#2228)
Arbetsgivardeklarationen is filed for the calendar month the pay went out (kontantprincipen), so a run for August paid on 25 September belongs to redovisningsperiod 202609. The generator, the submit route, the run page and the run header all took run.period_year/period_month instead, and three PATCH paths refused any payment date outside that month, which made lön i efterskott impossible to set up at all. - lib/salary/agi/reporting-period.ts: one dependency-free helper (agiReportingPeriod) derives the period from payment_date, falling back to the run period only when the date is missing. - generate-declaration.ts: XML Redovisningsperiod, the agi_declarations lookup/insert and the sanity warnings key on the payout month. New AGI_PERIOD_CONFLICT (409) refuses to overwrite another live run's declaration for the same payout month; corrections still replace. - submit route, run page (AGI panel, submission hook, tax-payment fetch, XML filename) and RunHeader use the helper; the header says "AGI redovisas för 2026-09 (utbetalningsmånaden)" whenever the two differ. - The in-period payment-date guard is lifted in the dashboard PATCH, lib/salary/update-run.ts (MCP staged tool + pending-ops executor) and the v1 PATCH, plus the RunHeader min/max; its only stated reason was the period-keyed AGI. Generated API skill reference updated. Existing agi_declarations rows keep their stored period: a declaration already filed under the earned month is a correction with Skatteverket, not a re-key. Rule verified against Skatteverket's guidance on redovisningsperiod (kontantprincipen). feat(invoices): offert (quote) document type with own OF-series, decisions, conversion, MCP and v1 (#2163)
* fix(invoices): reminders, AR ledger, AR reconciliation and deadlines only read fakturor The overdue-reminder run, the kundreskontra, the 1510 reconciliation and the deadlines page selected invoices by status alone. A sent proforma past its due date was chased with a betalningspaminnelse and flipped to 'overdue', and it appeared as a receivable. All four now filter document_type = 'invoice', which is also the precondition for adding quotes (offert): a quote carries a date but never a receivable. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W45yD8NfQ97JhyYaXpzN56 * feat(invoices): offert (quote) document type with its own OF-series, decisions and conversion Adds document_type 'quote' with valid_until, quote_status (open / accepted / declined; expired is derived from valid_until, never stored) and quote_decided_at. Quotes are numbered OF-nnn at insert from company_settings.next_quote_number via generate_quote_number(), the same pattern as delivery notes, so a declined quote never leaves a hole in the F-series the way a proforma does. The column next_quote_number already existed on prod and staging without a migration; the migration adopts it. Engine: build-invoice-write writes the quote columns and keeps remaining_amount at 0; the draft editor refuses accepted or declined quotes; PATCH refuses changing a quote's or delivery note's document type since the number belongs to the series; mark-paid refuses quotes. New POST /api/invoices/[id]/quote-status records the decision and locks once an invoice exists. Conversion is extracted into lib/invoices/convert-to-invoice.ts (one implementation for the route and the MCP staged commit, which had drifted): a converted quote stays and flips to accepted, the invoice links back via converted_from_id and gets its due date from the customer's payment terms; a declined or already invoiced quote is refused. next-number previews the OF-series for quotes. Migration applied to the staging branch and registered as 20260902140000; the pg test runs in CI (pg-real). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W45yD8NfQ97JhyYaXpzN56 * feat(invoices): quote PDF, email and filename surfaces The customer-facing surfaces get a quote sibling for every proforma branch: PDF title OFFERT / QUOTE with Offertdatum and Giltig till instead of the due date, a notice that the document is not an invoice or a payment request, and no payment box, OCR, bankgiro, Swish, QR or payment link. The email says the quote is attached and valid until the expiry, drops the payment details and pay-online button, and asks about the quote rather than the invoice. Filenames read "Offert nr OF-001". Seller VAT number and payment accounts are skipped for quotes as for proformas: a quote is not a faktura under ML 17 kap. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W45yD8NfQ97JhyYaXpzN56 * feat(invoices): offert in the editor, list and detail pages Editor: "Offert" document type with a required "Giltig till" field (default today + 30 days) in place of the due date; the wire body mirrors it into due_date so the shared schema is satisfied. Payment link, ROT/RUT, periodisering and the bank box are already gated on real invoices. The type cannot be switched on an existing quote (its OF-number belongs to the series). List: an Offerter tab beside Proforma, "Ny offert" in the split button, and a status column that shows the decision or the derived expiry: Utgången and Avböjd are exception chips, Öppen and Accepterad muted text. Detail: Acceptera and Skapa faktura in the header, Avböj in the overflow menu; an expired quote asks before accepting or invoicing (bypassable); once an invoice exists the page links to it as Fakturerad and hides the decision actions. Strings in both sv and en. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W45yD8NfQ97JhyYaXpzN56 * feat(mcp,v1): expose offert on the MCP tools and the v1 REST surface MCP: create_invoice takes document_type quote with a required valid_until and allocates the OF-number at insert; the convert tool keeps its id and accepts quotes with the registry refusal codes; new set_quote_status; list_invoices and get_invoice expose valid_until and the effective quote status, including a derived expired filter. The tools/list payload stays under its ceiling without a ledger change. The MCP staged convert now uses the shared converter. v1: POST /invoices/{id}/quote-status (registered in the endpoint registry, scope map and route loader), valid_until and quote_status in the list, create and detail shapes, and a quote_status list filter. Skill atoms mention offert. Decision log lines for the own number series, derived expiry, accepted-not-cancelled conversion and the header action layout. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W45yD8NfQ97JhyYaXpzN56 * test(invoices): pass route params and period id in the new quote tests Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W45yD8NfQ97JhyYaXpzN56 * refactor(invoices): literal update payloads in the converter so the phantom-column guard can read them Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W45yD8NfQ97JhyYaXpzN56 * fix(invoices): close the quote review findings in one pass Skeptics (correctness, compliance, regression) and CodeRabbit on #2163: - quote_status is no longer a write-builder output, so a v1 PATCH or MCP update_invoice can never reset a recorded accept/decline; new quotes are opened by the invoices_quote_defaults trigger (20260902141000), which also keeps due_date and valid_until equal. v1 PATCH and the MCP update executor now use the shared editable-draft predicate. - One live invoice per converted source, enforced by a partial unique index; the converter maps 23505 to INVOICE_QUOTE_ALREADY_INVOICED and both quote-status routes compare-and-set on the decision they read. - MCP-created quotes carry remaining_amount 0; mark-paid, transaction match and voucher link refuse non-invoices on the MCP staging tools, the executors and the dashboard link route. - Conversion of a foreign-currency source refetches the rate for the conversion day (ML 8 kap 21-23 paragraphs) and fails closed without one; 0-day payment terms mean due on receipt. - bulk-create refuses quotes per item; list_invoices rejects a quote_status filter combined with another document_type; an omitted document_type on PATCH means unchanged. - attention, push notifications, open-AR count, FX revaluation, year-end and accrual auto-detect and bank-match suggestions only read fakturor. - Quote PDF and email print Summa / Total instead of Att betala. - Regenerated skills/accounted-api for the new v1 endpoint. Declined with reasons in DECISIONS.md: NOT VALID + VALIDATE and CONCURRENTLY on the migrations (repo precedent, 13.8k rows, transactional apply); re-validating VAT treatment at conversion (the converted invoice is a draft the user reviews; follow-up). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0111fYAUxKtpxU1BHiBioqzs * fix(invoices): second review round: migration versions, order links, batch allocation, races - Migrations renamed to 20260902220000 / 20260902221000: #2166 shipped its own 20260902141000 to prod while this PR was in review and prod's head moved past both files; below-head versions are skipped by branching, which would have left the quote trigger off prod. Staging rows renamed. - Quote lines never carry sales_order_item_id (an offer must not count as invoiced kundorder quantity); the converter carries a proforma line's order link onto the invoice. - Converter compare-and-sets the source (proforma cancel, quote accept): a concurrent cancel, proforma-to-order conversion or decision removes the orphan invoice with INVOICE_CONVERT_SOURCE_CHANGED instead of a second document for the same sale. - MCP set_quote_status gets the same compare-and-set as the HTTP routes; 0-row updates report INVOICE_QUOTE_CHANGED_CONCURRENTLY everywhere. quote-status (dashboard, v1, MCP) accepts valid_until so an expired sent quote can be reopened, as the docs promised. - MCP mark-paid refuses only quotes, parity with the dashboard route (a sent proforma marked paid is a supported prepayment record). - Batch allocation (dashboard route and MCP tool) refuses non-invoices before the RPC, which gates on status alone. - Customer AR drill-down, v1 customer open invoices and archive guard, and the calendar feed read fakturor only. - Draft quote PDF says "UTKAST" instead of "not a valid invoice"; the editor locks the document type on existing quotes and delivery notes. Applied and registered on staging; pg tests added. feat(sales-orders): kundorder with partial delivery and partial invoicing (#2166)
* feat(sales-orders): kundorder with partial delivery and partial invoicing Adds sales orders (kundorder) as their own non-ledger document between agreement and invoice, for companies that deliver or invoice in parts. Schema (20260902130000): sales_orders + sales_order_items with RLS via user_company_ids(), OR-<n> numbering RPC (membership-gated, no anon execute), company_settings.sales_orders_enabled UI gate, and back-links invoices.sales_order_id / invoice_items.sales_order_item_id. The invoiced quantity per order line is DERIVED from the linked invoice lines on non-cancelled, non-credited invoices and enforced by a BEFORE trigger, so no counter can drift and a credited invoice frees its quantity. Header status is draft / confirmed / completed / cancelled; completion is kept by DB triggers from the same derived quantity. Delivery and invoicing progress are derived per line, never stored as status. Service + API: lib/sales-orders (create/update with id-preserving line replace, transitions with compare-and-set, cumulative delivery registration, invoice-from-order through buildInvoiceWriteData so booking stays in the engine, proforma -> order conversion), routes under /api/sales-orders and /api/invoices/[id]/convert-to-order, structured SALES_ORDER_* error codes, archive classification of the new tables. The invoice editor round-trips sales_order_item_id so a draft edit cannot drop the link; GET /api/invoices gains ?sales_order_id=. UI: /sales-orders list, create/edit form reusing the invoice line conventions, detail with deliver and create-invoice dialogs and linked invoices; nav row behind the settings toggle; the webshop row is relabelled webshop_orders; "Skapa order" on proformas. MCP (20260902141000/141001): list/get reads plus four staged writes (create, transition, register delivery, create invoice from order) whose executors call the lib services; op types added to the pending operations CHECK. Tests: route tests for every route (401/400/404/happy), service unit tests, executor and tool tests, and tests/pg/sales-orders.pg.test.ts (16 cases, green on staging) covering RLS, numbering guards, the over-invoice trigger incl. release on cancel/credit and cross-company refusal, the quantity floor, and completion maintenance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01RQW7mXvbAPgjUHq7dSEamr * fix(sales-orders): harden kundorder after skeptic and security review Resolves every finding from the PR #2166 review pass in one batch. Order link integrity: replaceInvoiceItems now refuses a line set that drops an existing sales_order_item_id (INVOICE_UPDATE_DROPS_ORDER_LINK), closing the MCP update_invoice header-only edit and the v1 PATCH path that severed the link and freed the quantity for double invoicing. The update_invoice re-fetch, gnubok_get_invoice and the v1 item projection now carry sales_order_item_id so well-behaved clients round-trip it. Quantity math: derived remaining/invoiced quantities are rounded to six decimals and compared with an epsilon (roundQty, qtyGreater) so a float remainder such as 0.5999999999999996 can neither refuse the final partial invoice nor land as an invoice quantity; duplicate explicit picks are summed before validation. Leveransdatum: per-line last_delivery_date (migration 20260902160000); an invoice takes the latest date over the lines it covers and only when the covered quantity was delivered, never the header date and never for an advance invoice (ML 17 kap 24 p.7, FX anchor per ML 8 kap 21-23). VAT drift: the order stores the customer type and VAT-validation flag its lines were priced under; invoicing refuses with SALES_ORDER_CUSTOMER_VAT_CHANGED when they differ, and re-saving the order re-validates the lines. Customer and currency are frozen once invoices exist. Tenant and role gates: composite FK (sales_order_id, company_id) ties a line to its parent's company (Superagent P2); aa_enforce_company_writer_role on both tables so a viewer cannot write through the browser client. Proforma -> order refuses proformas with ROT/RUT, periodisering or negative-quantity lines instead of dropping those fields. RESTRICT FK errors on delete map to SALES_ORDER_LINE_LOCKED / SALES_ORDER_HAS_INVOICES. Also: schema-guard literal payloads in lib/sales-orders (ceiling +2 with reason), regenerated skills/accounted-api (sales_order_item_id on invoice items), pg tests for the composite FK, the viewer gate and the new columns, unit tests for every changed path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01XzFmmH82hCJNmZbPqycDiW * fix(sales-orders): resolve CodeRabbit round on PR #2166 Quick wins from the review, all in one pass: - replaceInvoiceItems fails closed when the invoice_items snapshot cannot be read (it is both the restore source and the input to the kundorder link guard); the guard branch is explicit in both PATCH routes. - Cumulative delivery registration carries an optimistic predicate on the quantity it read, so two concurrent registrations cannot regress each other; DELETE of an order keeps its allowed status in the predicate and answers a conflict when zero rows match. - Business dates (order date, delivery date, invoice date) default to the Europe/Stockholm calendar day (todayIsoStockholm), never UTC: the delivery date is also the Riksbanken rate anchor. - The invoice-from-order executor treats an event emit failure as non-blocking: the draft already exists. - sales_order_items are archived through their parent with the order currency denormalised, like invoice_items. - Proforma "Skapa order" tolerates a 2xx without a parsable body; the settings toggle refreshes the server-rendered nav. - List route doc states that q matches the order number (customer names are matched client-side). Declined (out of scope for this PR): moving header + line writes and the delivery loop into transactional RPCs (same PostgREST pattern as the invoice PATCH path, tracked as a follow-up), the MCP approval handler's error message shape (pre-existing code outside this change), and the docstring-coverage warning (no repo convention). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01XzFmmH82hCJNmZbPqycDiW * fix(sales-orders): move hardening migration off a colliding version; archive contract; ceiling - 20260902160000_sales_orders_hardening.sql collided with main's 20260902160000_parties_substrate.sql after the third sync; renamed to 20260902180000 and made idempotent (DROP ... IF EXISTS before each ADD CONSTRAINT) so a preview branch that applied it under the old version replays it cleanly. Staging's schema_migrations row renamed. - sales_order_items goes back to a direct archive dump: the coverage contract (tests/pg/full-archive-coverage.pg.test.ts) requires it for a table with its own company_id; the currency lives on the parent order one file over, joined by sales_order_id. - Scanner ceiling re-baselined after merging main (parties phase 1): 397. - v1 PATCH test queues a real empty invoice_items snapshot now that replaceInvoiceItems fails closed on an unreadable one. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01XzFmmH82hCJNmZbPqycDiW * fix(sales-orders): drop the composite FK before its unique index on replay The idempotent guard in 20260902180000_sales_orders_hardening.sql dropped the unique (id, company_id) before the FK that depends on its index, so the preview branch replay (which had applied the file under its former version) failed with SQLSTATE 2BP01. Order swapped; replay verified on staging. chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers (#2150)
* chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers Remove 33 dead files, ~270 unreferenced exports/types, 13 dead i18n namespaces and 4 unused dependencies; fold byte-identical helper copies into one canonical home each (lib/utils chunk/sleep/utcDateStamp, lib/dates/iso, lib/invariants/uuid, lib/xml/escape, lib/reports/sru/format, lib/pdf/number-text, lib/browser/panel-request, lib/api/v1/body + v1ValidationError rolled out to ~55 v1 routes, booking-template schemas). No behaviour change: v1 bodies and status codes, MCP tool schemas, DB writes and money math are untouched. Naive ore rounding was deliberately not swapped for roundOre; see DECISIONS.md 2026-09-02 for the full list of things left alone on purpose. tsc, lint, 19588 unit tests and check:guards green; antipattern baseline ratcheted (naive-ore-round 622 -> 620, hand-rolled-invariant 115 -> 113). feat(transactions): "Ta bort underlag" detach action on a transaction (#2132) (#2144)
* feat(transactions): "Ta bort underlag" detach action on a transaction (#2132) Wrong receipt pinned, no way back: the DELETE /api/transactions/[id]/attach-document route and its tests already existed, but nothing in the UI called it. This wires it up, frontend only. - Inbox card and history list: "Ta bort underlag" in the row menu, shown only for writers on unbooked rows that carry a pin (canDetachDocument helper). - Attach dialog: a small "Ta bort underlag" link beside the already-attached hint, the one place the app previously admitted a doc was pinned. - Page: handleDetachDocument confirms (useDestructiveConfirm, warning), then DELETEs; 200 clears document_id in local state (list, dialog snapshot, and the inbox card's optimistic override via a -unlinked window event) and toasts; 409 renders the route's Swedish BFL message verbatim; other errors map through get-error-message. - Strings under tx_detach in sv.json and en.json. - Tests: gate hidden when booked / read-only / no pin / no handler; 409 rendered unchanged; wiring and locale assertions. Out of scope, follow-up: MCP detach tool (new pending-op type + CHECK migration), detaching from the inbox for non-email docs, and clearing invoice_inbox_items.matched_transaction_id on detach so the doc is offered again by inbox-available. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01YRXN5CqHrfuuDw5LLcSgTg * fix(transactions): clear the inbox back-link when detaching underlag (#2132) Skeptic finding on PR #2144: DELETE attach-document nulled only transactions.document_id and left invoice_inbox_items.matched_transaction_id pointing at the transaction. propagateUnderlagForBookedTransaction selects on exactly that column at categorize / book / bulk-book time, so the detached receipt would have been re-anchored onto the new verifikation as immutable underlag (BFL 5 kap 7 §), and the doc never reappeared in inbox-available for re-matching. The route now clears the back-link for the detached document, scoped to items not yet consumed by a verifikat (created_journal_entry_id null), mirroring the invoice-inbox extension's unmatch. Best-effort like the POST side: the pin removal is the primary effect. Three DELETE tests cover the filters, the no-pin case, and a failing unlink. DECISIONS.md and the PR body record the accepted bulk-booked-row limitation in the history list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01YRXN5CqHrfuuDw5LLcSgTg * fix(transactions): detach reports a failed inbox unlink instead of success (#2132) Swedish compliance review on PR #2144: the inbox back-link cleanup was fire-and-forget, so a failed UPDATE returned 200 while leaving exactly the stale matched_transaction_id that re-anchors a detached document onto the next verifikation (BFL 5 kap 6-7 §). The unlink is now scoped by transaction only (the unique index on matched_transaction_id means at most one item points here, and a stale item from the replace path would re-anchor just the same), runs even when nothing was pinned so a retry is idempotent, and a failure answers 500 with an honest Swedish partial-failure message, mirroring the POST side's propagation failure. Tests updated accordingly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01YRXN5CqHrfuuDw5LLcSgTg * fix(transactions): release inbox back-link before a compare-and-set pin clear (#2132) Review findings on PR #2144, one pass: - CodeRabbit (major): DELETE cleared the pin and then released the inbox back-link scoped by transaction, so a POST landing in between could end up as "new doc pinned, its inbox item unlinked". The release now runs FIRST, and the pin clear is a compare-and-set on the document that was read (.eq document_id, or .is null when nothing was pinned). Zero rows answers 409 "ändrades samtidigt" and keeps the newer pin. A failed release returns 500 before anything changed, so a retry is trivially idempotent. - Compliance swarm (A.8.15): the unlink failure log carried the raw driver error; it now logs errorCauseTag() only. - CodeRabbit docstring check: JSDoc on handleDetachDocument. Tests: order of the two writes, CAS filters for both pinned and empty states, 409 on concurrent re-attach, coded-cause logging. fix(mcp): explain the Claude-side steps after "Anslut till Claude" and tick the checklist on a real connection (#2133) (#2147)
* fix(mcp): explain the Claude-side steps after "Anslut till Claude" and tick the checklist on a real connection (#2133) Lazy auth is by design: Claude lists the tools before any sign-in and the first company-scoped call answers 401, which opens the Accounted sign-in. Nothing told the user, so a "connected" status with an unanswered first question read as a broken connection (Axel, Discord). - Settings -> API & MCP: one sentence of expectation under the button, and the step-by-step guide link moved from under two disclosures to directly under the button. - Docs (connect-claude / anslut-claude): new "What happens after you click" section for Path A covering the connector dialog, the tools appearing before sign-in, the first-call login + consent screen, "ask again", and the "Required when the server asks" auth setting that only the manual path mentioned. - Hem checklist step "Anslut till Claude": deep link now carries client=claude-connector like the settings button (claudeConnectorLink), the footnote carries the same expectation line plus the guide link, and the done-signal is an unrevoked api_keys row minted by the MCP OAuth token route (OAUTH_MCP_KEY_NAME) instead of the in-app AI-profile flag, which never meant "connected to Claude". - Tests: claudeStepDone with/without a key row, deep-link snapshot. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W7iJQwKiRTDWSMnRm4WM4L * fix(mcp): correct consent-page claims, stop the completion PATCH loop, count OAuth keys past RLS (#2133) Three skeptic refutations on PR #2147, fixed in one pass: - Docs (EN + SV): the consent page shows the company active in the app and pre-selects every scope for Claude's connector (founder decision 2026-08-26); it has no company picker and nothing to tick. Steps 3-4 of the new section, the "Read-only by default" paragraph above it, the sandbox note and the 10-minute test now describe Endast läs under Behörigheter instead. - Checklist completion: users with initial_setup_path NULL (skipped the books question, then imported) hit the route's "Välj först hur du vill komma igång" 400 and, with saving as an effect dependency, retried it forever with a toast. completionPatchBody() records path=migration when none was chosen, and a rejected PATCH is not retried within the session. - hasMcpKey: api_keys' SELECT policy is company-scoped, so the user client could not see companyless (NULL company_id) or archived-company keys and the step stayed open for the user who had just connected. The head count now runs through the service client with an explicit user_id filter. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W7iJQwKiRTDWSMnRm4WM4L * fix(mcp): surface a failed OAuth-key count and reserve the marker name (#2133) CodeRabbit round on PR #2147: - app/(dashboard)/page.tsx: a failed api_keys count answered count null, which claudeStepDone read as "never connected". Throw to the error boundary like the settings fetch does instead of guessing. - app/api/settings/api-keys: reject a hand-minted key named MCP-klient (OAuth) (400 VALIDATION_ERROR): that name is the marker the Hem checklist reads as "connected to Claude", so a manual key with it would tick the step without any connection. feat(transactions): select and bulk-ignore any unbooked skattekonto row (#2127) (#2140)
* feat(transactions): select and bulk-ignore any unbooked skattekonto row (#2127) Skattekonto rows in the inbox only got a checkbox when they carried a deterministic booking suggestion, because the only bulk action was Bokför valda. A migration backlog on the skattekonto (rows from before the first fiscal year, history already booked via SIE) therefore had to be ignored one row at a time, while bank rows next to them could be bulk-ignored. - isSkvSelectable: every unbooked, non-ignored skattekonto row is selectable (checkbox, shift-range, Markera alla). - Bulk Bokför keeps its eligibility rule: button count, confirmation summary and submit all read one skvBookableSelectedRows list, so a mixed selection books only the deterministic subset. - Bulk Ignorera now spans bank + skattekonto selections: one confirmation (body names where each kind is restored), one progress counter, one toast, bank rows via POST /transactions/:id/ignore and skattekonto rows via the per-row PATCH .../ignore, 5-wide. - The bank-only confirm/toast strings move from hardcoded Swedish to transactions.batch_ignore_* keys (sv + en). Bullet 2 of the issue (unbooked skattekonto rows "not in att göra after migration") is scoped out; see DECISIONS.md. Closes #2127 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01WFhSQWzu5SyXB6kG5ActZc * feat(transactions): warn when bulk Ignorera covers rows that look like affärshändelser Compliance review on #2140: any unbooked skattekonto row can now be bulk-ignored, including rows with a deterministic booking suggestion (interest, charges) that BFL 5 kap. says should be booked. The ignore stays allowed, a migrated backlog is exactly such rows already present in the imported books, but the confirmation now says how many of the selected rows carry a suggestion and no duplicate hint, and what Ignorera is for. fix(byra): stop passing a lucide icon across the server boundary on the KPI empty state (#2110)
app/(dashboard)/byra/kpi/page.tsx is a Server Component that passed the lucide
icon TrendingUp as icon={TrendingUp} into EmptyState, a Client Component.
lucide builds every icon with forwardRef, so the value cannot be serialized
across the RSC boundary: the render throws and the route 500s into the
dashboard error boundary. The branch runs only when the byra team has zero
non-archived clients, which is every brand-new byra on day one, and retrying
never helps.
Adds an EmptyByraClients preset beside the existing ones. A reference to a
client component is serializable where the icon is not, so the icon, the copy
and the design treatment are unchanged.
The preset reads from the byra namespace under its own translator name rather
than t, because i18n/__tests__/message-keys.test.ts maps one variable name to
one namespace per file: reusing t would silently re-point every other preset's
key in this file at byra.

feat(ui): shift-click range selection on list row checkboxes (#2117)
* feat(ui): shift-click range selection on list row checkboxes Click one checkbox, shift-click another, and every row between them takes the clicked row's new state, the way mail clients work. Turns a 20-row bulk selection into two clicks. New useRangeSelect hook (lib/hooks/use-range-select.ts) keeps the anchor and applies the range over the rows as currently rendered, so it follows filtering, sorting and paging rather than the underlying data order. A shift-click with no valid anchor (first click, or the anchor filtered away) degrades to a plain toggle. Select-all and clear reset the anchor. Wired into the 8 selection surfaces: transaction inbox and skattekonto inbox (separate ranges, since the two row types book through different endpoints), journal entry list, invoices, supplier invoices, orders, pending operations, invoice inbox workspace. Radix' onCheckedChange carries no mouse event, so each row records shiftKey from the click that precedes it; the checkbox cells get select-none so shift-clicking does not smear a text selection. The pure range rule is unit tested (10 cases: both directions, range unselect, anchor invalidation, rendered-order independence). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015n8vUx9Nukr8mHC7CVNF7y * fix(ui): void the range anchor on an empty selection, keep placeholders out Review findings from CodeRabbit and the skeptic pass, all in the new range-selection feature: - Clearing a selection left the anchor behind, so the next shift-click extended from a row the user could no longer see selected (click a row, press "Rensa markering", shift-click 30 rows down, get 30 rows). The explicit resetAnchor() calls only covered the clear paths that were wired by hand; several others (period change, filter change, post-bulk success, "Avmarkera") were not. An empty selection now counts as having no anchor, which covers every clear path including ones added later. - The invoice inbox passed optimistic upload placeholders into visibleIds even though they render no checkbox. Safe today only because placeholders are always prepended; filtering them out makes the invariant local instead of depending on insert order elsewhere. - pending: "Godkänn alla" pre-selects a non-empty set, so it resets the anchor explicitly. Two existing tests used a fixture the UI cannot reach (an anchor with an empty selection); they now start from the state a real anchor implies. feat(billing): multi-user paywall: multi_user capability, 20-day grace, owner-only dormancy (#2099)
* feat(billing): multi-user seat gate: multi_user capability, 20-day grace, owner-only dormancy Multiple people in one company becomes a paid capability (multi_user, the eighth PAID key). Derived at access time from capability_grants, no status column, no enforcement cron: - entitled: active grant (trial/stripe/team/manual/comp), everyone works - grace: newest grant expired < 20 days ago; countdown banner for everyone in companies with > 1 user; invites still allowed - frozen: only role=owner resolves; other memberships go dormant (rows untouched, paying reactivates instantly); invites 403 with paid-plan upsell Enforcement: new resolve_active_company_gated RPC (zero-arg RPC and RLS twin untouched: they also run on self-hosts, where the gate never bites), gated query fallback for service-role/API-key paths, setActiveCompany guard, MCP company-access check, invite route. Middleware routes all-frozen users to a new /paused page; the switcher greys locked companies. Other stripe grants keep the freeze-and-retain delete. - New SECURITY DEFINER company_multi_user_state() RPC (migration 20260901083726, applied to staging) and RPC-first getMultiUserState: capability_grants RLS hides team-scoped rows from non-team users, so user-client reads misread byra-covered companies as frozen (switch refusal, wrong switcher locks). - Byra-kind teams get a standing team-scoped multi_user grant (backfill + teams trigger): byra client companies have no company-scoped trial by design, so a grantless byra team would freeze every consultant and client user. - Comped/manual companies with active PAID-key grants extend to multi_user (a comped company must not read as paying while locking out user two). - /api/v1 gets the same dormancy gate as MCP (frozen non-owner -> 403). - PGRST202 on resolution fails OPEN (pre-migration DB has zero multi_user rows; the gated fallback would have frozen every non-owner mid-deploy). - Grace cron: covers team-scoped lapses (byra agreement ending) and skips the start mail for the hand-mailed grandfather cohort. - Tests updated/added across all touched surfaces; pg tests for the new RPC and byra trigger; trial-suppression pg test extended to 8 keys. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01L4tNt8wRG3a5iuU1JE2pnP * fix(billing): decouple seat-gate env check and fail open on gate read throws CI round 1 on #2099: - isMultiUserEnforced no longer imports has-capability: several route test suites partially mock that module and the vitest mock guard threw from inside the v1 seat gate, turning expected 4xx responses into 500s. multi_user is never a connector capability, so the bypass reduces to the same env reads, now inlined. - getMultiUserState wraps its resolution in a fail-open try/catch: a client without .rpc or a thrown network error must never lock users out. - no-phantom-columns ceiling 391 -> 393 with reasons: the seat gate's .or() scope filter (server-resolved UUIDs) and the Stripe cancel expiry update's timestamp .or(); all columns in both strings are literals. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01L4tNt8wRG3a5iuU1JE2pnP * fix(billing): membership-guard the multi-user entitlement RPCs (Superagent P3) company_multi_user_ok and company_multi_user_state are SECURITY DEFINER and were granted to authenticated with a caller-supplied company UUID: any logged-in user could probe an arbitrary company's billing state and grace deadline across tenants. Migration 20260901091752 (applied to staging) requires an auth.uid() membership in the target company when a JWT is present, keeps service-role/definer contexts unrestricted, and clamps the grace window to [0, 20] days. pg tests: stranger gets false/NULL, member reads normally, oversized p_grace_days cannot widen the probe. fix(ui): make row selection checkboxes always visible at muted opacity (#2093)
* fix(ui): make row selection checkboxes always visible at muted opacity User feedback: bulk-select checkboxes hidden until hover are "sjukt pilligt": an invisible 16px target forces a precise hover-then-aim per row, and bulk selection is a primary workflow on list pages. New CHECKBOX_REVEAL_CLASS in dry-table.tsx: rest at opacity-50, solid on row hover, focus, coarse pointers, and checked state. Applied to the 8 selection-checkbox sites (transaction inbox, skattekonto inbox, journal list, invoices, supplier invoices, orders, pending, invoice inbox workspace). Also fixes a touch bug: TransactionInboxCard and SkattekontoInboxCard lacked pointer-coarse fallback, leaving unselected checkboxes permanently invisible on touch devices. Row action controls (chevrons, quiet links) keep HOVER_REVEAL_CLASS. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015n8vUx9Nukr8mHC7CVNF7y * fix(ui): meet WCAG 3:1 on resting selection checkboxes via border-foreground Skeptic finding: the checkbox primitive's border-input is ~1.4:1 against the page, so the new opacity-50 resting state composited to ~1.2:1, under the 3:1 non-text contrast minimum design.md commits to. Putting border-foreground unconditionally on the 8 reveal checkboxes lands the resting border at >=3.4:1 in every theme (light 3.41:1, dark 4.24:1, white-label palettes similar) and the hover/solid state at ~17:1. The border class lives at call sites, not in CHECKBOX_REVEAL_CLASS, because the constant is sometimes applied to a borderless wrapper (InvoiceInboxWorkspace); documented in dry-table.tsx. feat(supplier-invoices): sortable list columns matching the customer invoice list (#2091)
Adds client-side sorting to /supplier-invoices: all seven columns get the same accessible SortableHeader as /invoices, backed by a pure comparator (Swedish collation, nulls last, displayed-value semantics, stable invoice_date/id tie-break). The click cycle is tri-state (asc, desc, back to the API default of due date ascending) per the verifikat-list precedent, since this list has a meaningful default order to return to. The detail-pager list context follows the sorted order. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01DZSVsZqbx8vDnC2SXunNaR Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(transactions): steer private marking in locked periods to ignore, with v1 and MCP ignore verbs (#1661) (#2031)
Decision (option a): a private marking stays a real booking (eget uttag/insattning), so it remains blocked in a locked or closed period; the legal escape for rows that are not affarshandelser is ignore. Private + locked now returns TX_CATEGORIZE_PRIVATE_PERIOD_LOCKED with remediation naming the ignore paths instead of a bare PERIOD_LOCKED, on all four categorize surfaces and the bulk driver. New v1 POST/DELETE /transactions/{id}/ignore (isTransactionBooked-based 409, idempotent) and a staged MCP gnubok_ignore_transaction (+ accounted_ alias, search visibility to respect the tools/list payload ceiling) with operation_type ignore_transaction; the CHECK pair 20260831070000/070001 rebuilds the constraint from main's newest list plus the new value. Dashboard toast gains an Ignorera i stallet action. Closes #1661

fix(dashboard): offer bank connection in the all-clear Att gora state (#2049)
* fix(dashboard): offer bank connection in the all-clear Att gora state When the Att gora worklist is all-clear but the company has no active bank connection, the plain "Allt klart!" praised silence that was really a setup gap: nothing flows in automatically. The empty state now says so and offers "Anslut bank" linking to /settings/banking. Fetch errors degrade to the ordinary all-clear copy, mirroring the emptyLedger rule. Reworded to an invitation that is true for every cohort. fix(transactions): derive pre-migration marker cutoff from imported voucher dates, not fiscal_year_end (#2047)
* fix(transactions): derive pre-migration marker cutoff from imported voucher dates, not fiscal_year_end A SIE file exported mid-year still declares the full fiscal year in #RAR 0, so sie_imports.fiscal_year_end is a future date for mid-year migrators and the 'fran perioden fore din migrering' marker fired on every new bank transaction until New Year. The cutoff now comes from the latest posted source_type='import' entry_date (excluding the M-series omforingsverifikation, which is deliberately dated at fiscal year end), so it tracks where the imported bokforing actually ends and self-corrects on undo/replace. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UU5QbL3p8xNB3tSZDbyrr3 * fix(transactions): arm pre-migration cutoff on completed SIE import, exclude omforing by description Skeptic findings on the frozen commit: (1) source_type='import' is accepted from v1 API clients, so a never-migrated company with an API-labeled backfill would get a false cutoff; the marker is now armed only when a completed sie_imports row exists. (2) Imported vouchers keep the source file's voucher series, so excluding series M dropped genuine M-series vouchers (6 prod companies); the omforingsverifikation is now excluded by its hardcoded description prefix instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UU5QbL3p8xNB3tSZDbyrr3 * docs(transactions): state the pre-migration cutoff residuals truthfully The ledger duplicate guard only reaches the completed-year single-skip case (7-day window vs a fiscal-year-end-dated aggregate omforing), so it is not a general backstop for the skip-window gap; the gap is accepted on rarity. Also documents the rattelse-rename fragility of the description-keyed exclusion. Skeptic re-review condition, no code change. feat(salary): update_salary_run MCP tool and editable draft payment date (#2041)
* feat(salary): update_salary_run MCP tool and editable draft payment date payment_date drives the booking entry date but was only editable via the v1 PATCH. Close the gap on both remaining surfaces: - New staged MCP write tool gnubok_update_salary_run (search-only catalog; tools/list budget is at zero headroom) accepting the exact v1 PATCH field set: payment_date, voucher_series, notes. Draft-only with the same optimistic lock semantics, via a new shared service lib/salary/update-run.ts used by both the staging preflight and the commit executor. - Run header UI: payment date on a draft run is now an inline date input (prefilled, committed on blur/Enter, snaps back on failure), saved through the existing internal PATCH. Read-only once not draft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): op-type migration, calc invalidation on date change, scanner compliance Consolidated CI + review fix pass for #2041: - pg-real: add 'update_salary_run' to pending_operations_operation_type_check (wholesale re-create, NOT VALID + VALIDATE pair, mirroring 20260828160000/1). - Swedish accounting review: a payment_date change on a draft run now clears every roster row's calculation_breakdown (shared service and internal PATCH alike), so both book preflights refuse the run until a recalculation has run against the new date; skatteavdrag and the AGI redovisningsperiod follow the payment month. Staging preview exposes invalidates_calculation and the next hint states the clearing. - no-phantom-columns: literal select strings in update-run.ts; ceiling +1 with a documented reason for the inherent patch-shaped UPDATE payload. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): close skeptic findings on payment_date editing Skeptic round 1 refuted two paths; both closed: - Retry idempotency (correctness): the calculation_breakdown clear was gated on new-date-differs-from-stored, so a retry after a partial failure (header committed, clear failed) compared against the already updated date and skipped the clear forever, leaving a stale calculation bookable. The clear is now gated on payment_date being SUPPLIED, on all three surfaces (shared service, internal PATCH, v1 PATCH: the v1 route previously had no clear at all and bypassed the invariant). - Kontantprincipen (compliance): AGI derives its redovisningsperiod from period_year/period_month while the verifikat books on payment_date, so a cross-month payment_date change could book salary in one month and declare it in another. All three edit surfaces now refuse a payment_date outside the run's period month with the new structured error SALARY_RUN_PAYMENT_DATE_OUTSIDE_PERIOD; the UI date input is min/max-bounded to the period month. - The internal PATCH update is now optimistic-locked on status='draft' (races return 400 instead of silently writing), matching the v1 PATCH and the shared service, and the clear cannot fire for a run that left draft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): carry book_skattekonto op types through the constraint re-create The sibling migration 20260830130000 (merged from main) re-created pending_operations_operation_type_check with book_skattekonto_row and book_skattekonto_rows. This branch's 20260830150000 sorts after it and re-creates the constraint wholesale, so its list must be that migration's superset or the two values would be silently revoked at apply time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): value-validate internal PATCH and grandfather out-of-period dates Two skeptic follow-ups: - The internal PATCH now validates values, not just keys: JSON body must be an object, payment_date must be ISO (shared ISO_DATE_RE), voucher_series a single A-Z letter, notes a string of max 2000 chars or null: the same rules as the v1 UpdateSalaryRunSchema, so nothing unvalidated can reach the DB through the whitelist. - Creation does not (yet) couple payment_date to the period month, so a legally created out-of-period date must stay correctable. All three edit surfaces now allow day adjustments within the run's CURRENT payment month as well as the period month (grandfather clause); no move can introduce a new wrong month. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): resolve migration version collision with delete_draft_invoice Main's delete_draft_invoice PR landed on the same 20260830150000/150001 versions and also re-creates pending_operations_operation_type_check. Rename this branch's pair to 20260830160000/160001 (applies last) and carry delete_draft_invoice through the wholesale re-create so nothing is silently revoked. Final list = sibling's list + update_salary_run. feat(bookkeeping): make inline rattelse discoverable on the verifikat page (#1554) (#2011)
* feat(bookkeeping): make inline rättelse discoverable on the verifikat page (#1554) A user who wanted Fortnox-style "stryk rader" went looking on the verifikat page and concluded the feature did not exist: since #1739 every correction action sits behind an icon-only ⋯ menu, nothing says which correction track applies when, and the struck-line marker showed only a date. - Promote "Stryk rader i verifikatet" to a visible outline button for a posted, non-structural entry whose period the period-status endpoint reports as open; the ⋯ item stays so the menu remains the complete list. - Add the convention-7 "?" after the H1 with the two-sentence track rule: inline rättelse while the period is open and unlocked, storno once it is locked, closed or declared. - The rattelse-log route now returns an additive actor_label resolved from profiles via the service client (same precedent as behandlingshistorik); struck rows read "Struken {date} av {actor}" and the Rättelsehistorik rows carry the actor beside the date. No change to the RPCs, the log table, or which corrections are legal. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015nAd8XJ2RPCmG2eKoLBdna * fix(bookkeeping): address review findings on inline rättelse discoverability (#1554) - Tie the un-awaited period-status fetch to the fetchData run that issued it (monotonic request ref), so an earlier response resolving last can no longer set periodStatus='open' for an entry in a locked period and promote the "Stryk rader" button the RPC would refuse. - Align the "?" help copy with what the system enforces: storno is the only path once the period is locked or closed; a VAT-declared month is stated as a caveat (same wording as the StrikeLinesDialog explainer), not as a gate the product does not apply. fix(payroll): expose jämkning percentage and validity on the employee tax form (#1988)
* fix(payroll): expose jämkning percentage and validity on the employee tax form (#1913) An employee with a Skatteverket jämkning decision could not have the adjusted withholding percentage set anywhere in the app: model, API and engine supported jamkning_percentage / jamkning_valid_from / jamkning_valid_to end to end, but EmployeeTaxCard never exposed them. - EmployeeTaxCard: percentage input plus required from/to dates in the A-skatt branch; null (= clear the beslut) when emptied or when no table applies, mirroring tax_table_number. Both dates are required because isJamkningValid only applies a beslut when both are set. - Edit page: PATCH body sends the three fields as explicit values (guarded on the card having reported), card initial seeded from the employee, read-only Jämkning row in the tax section. - NewEmployeeDialog: initial tax state and POST body carry the fields. - Legacy PATCH /api/salary/employees/[id]: merged-state jämkning check (start date required, dates ordered), same rule and messages as v1 and employee-commands, gated on the PATCH touching a jamkning key. - lib/api/schemas.ts: truthful comment on the engine's both-dates gate. - i18n: salary_employee.tax_jamkning_* in sv and en. - Tests on the legacy PATCH route (400 x4, 200 x3) and the POST route. The engine is deliberately untouched; the API/MCP contract (valid_to optional) stays as is, follow-up filed in the PR body. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01FkUfWtuFCUkNtRAgMQCse2 * fix(payroll): jämkning keys reach the employee PATCH only when visible and edited (#1913) Review findings on #1988: the card reported null for the three jämkning fields whenever its inputs were hidden (sidoinkomst, F-skatt, FA-skatt, ej verifierad) and the edit page forwarded those nulls, so toggling sidoinkomst or fixing a phone number on an FA-skatt employee silently wiped a stored beslut (which the engine still applies for FA-skatt). The two date inputs were also natively required whenever a percentage was present, so a beslut stored via the API/MCP without valid_to (allowed by the schema) blocked the whole form on unrelated edits. - lib/salary/jamkning-patch.ts (new): isJamkningEditable() and jamkningPatch(); the keys are spread into the PATCH body with explicit values (null = clear) only when the inputs were visible and edited, otherwise omitted like every other sparse field. - EmployeeTaxCard: jamkning_touched flag on EmployeeTaxValue, set by the three handlers; required on both dates gated on it; non-blocking hint (tax_jamkning_incomplete_hint, sv + en) on a seeded beslut missing a date. - Edit page spreads jamkningPatch(tax); NewEmployeeDialog initial state carries the flag. - Tests: lib/salary/__tests__/jamkning-patch.test.ts (keys omitted for sidoinkomst / f_skatt / fa_skatt / not_verified / untouched seeded row, explicit nulls when cleared, spread shape). - DECISIONS.md: one line. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01FkUfWtuFCUkNtRAgMQCse2 * test(payroll): type the insert mock's payload so the typecheck ratchet accepts the jamkning tests vi.fn(() => ...) infers an empty parameter tuple, so insert.mock.calls[0][0] failed TS2493 under the new check:types gate (#1980) on CI. feat(white-label): invite-only signup for brand domains (#1995)
* feat(white-label): invite-only signup for brand domains
A brand domain belongs to the partner's people (founder decision
2026-08-27): only allowlisted or invited users may create an account on
an invite-only brand domain; everyone else is shown an interstitial that
sends them to the canonical Accounted signup.
- brands.signup_mode ('open' default / 'invite_only') +
brand_signup_allowlist (lowercase emails, team-scoped RLS, owner/admin
writes) + create_company_for_brand_signup RPC, with pg-real coverage
- server-side gate (lib/auth/brand-signup-gate.ts) enforced on every
signup path: email signup moved to POST /api/auth/signup (the browser
used to call GoTrue directly, so a client-side check would be
bypassable), BankID gated in /bankid/complete, Google covered by the
dashboard layout's brand-domain bounce
- company invites bypass the allowlist: the invite is the authorization
- register page interstitial on gated brands (no email in the outbound
URL), sv+en strings
- dashboard layout bounces non-belonging sessions off gated brand hosts
to the canonical domain (navigation rule like WL-01, not a security
boundary)
- allowlisted signups' onboarding-created companies attach to the
brand's byra team via the new RPC, so WL-01 homes them on the brand
domain; the allowlist entry recorded by an owner/admin stands in for
the WL-15 admin gate
- byra cockpit page /clients/access + /api/clients/signup-access to
manage the mode and the allowlist
All existing brands default to 'open': behavior is byte-identical until
a brand is flipped to invite_only.

* fix(white-label): rollback brand-signup company with the service client
Skeptic (correctness) found that a brand-signup company created under the
service role rolled back with the cookie-session client: `companies` has
RLS and no FOR DELETE policy, so the delete was a silent 0-row no-op,
stranding a member-less ghost company on the partner's byra team. Pass an
optional rollbackClient to createCompanyCore and hand it the service
client on that path; user_preferences.active_company_id then clears itself
via its ON DELETE SET NULL FK once the company row is actually deleted.
Also map a validateBody 400 (flat envelope, no code) on the register page
to the specific email-invalid field message instead of the generic one,
since the client already pre-gates password strength.

* fix(white-label): fail-safe brand lookup, pg-test seed, anonymize fixtures
Second resolve-pr cycle: skeptic + CodeRabbit findings and a green-up.
- Fail safe on a brands-table error (CodeRabbit CWE-285): the gate treated a
failed resolveBrandByHost as an unbranded host, opening invite-only signup
during a transient DB blip. resolveBrandResultByHost now distinguishes
"no brand" from "lookup failed"; the gate returns lookupFailed and the
email + BankID routes answer 503 (retry), never creating an account.
- pg-real: the RLS delete test seeded its row inside withUserContext, which
always rolls back, so the owner DELETE saw zero rows. Seed on the superuser
pool instead.
- Anonymize every test/fixture brand to the repo's existing synthetic
placeholder (Siffra / app.siffra.se): no real partner names in code.
- SignupAccessManager: functional setData updates so a concurrent mode
toggle and an add/remove do not clobber each other's snapshot (CodeRabbit).
- Route a transient-error message through i18n instead of the raw envelope
(raw-user-error guard); new register.error_temporary sv+en.

* test(white-label): anonymize new signup-gate fixtures; log oracle residual
Rename the placeholder brand in the four new brand-signup test files to a
clearly-fake, partner-unrelated name (Testbrand / app.testbrand.example);
the previous placeholder echoed a real partner. Scoped to files this PR
creates; the repo-wide legacy placeholder is left for a separate cleanup.
Also record in DECISIONS.md that the feature ships accepting the
low-severity allowlist-enumeration residual (captcha-free 403 vs 200 on
the signup endpoint), with rate-limiting as the follow-up option.

fix(transactions): keep the assistant usable through the whole booking flow (#1975)
* fix(transactions): keep the assistant usable through the whole booking flow Three gaps around the agent sheet during booking on Transaktioner: - The AgentTrigger bubble lived inside #dash-shell, so the inert that non-modal dialogs set on the shell made the assistant impossible to OPEN once a booking dialog was up. Moved outside the shell (it is position: fixed) and raised to z-[45]: above the DialogVeil (z-40) so it stays clickable, below dialog content (z-50). Under true modal dialogs Radix's body pointer-events lock keeps it dead as before. - Wide dialogs centered on the full viewport while the docked sheet (z-60) covered their right edge, hiding e.g. the Granska button. DialogContent now centers in the space left of --agent-dock-w, and the wide booking/review variants cap their width against it. - Step 1 of the flow (template picker, QuickReviewDialog) was still fully modal, so the assistant was dead there. Both are now non-modal with DialogVeil + a shared ref-counted useDashShellInert hook (also replacing the duplicated inert effects in TransactionBookingDialog and NewInvoiceDialog). Their Esc/veil-click dismissal is kept: they hold no half-filled form. Clicks in the agent sheet or its trigger never dismiss any dialog: data-agent-ui counts as inside, same mechanism as data-dialog-companion. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): dialog centering reads a docked-only sheet width variable Skeptic review refuted the first cut: globals.css seeds --agent-dock-w at the 10px frame gutter on :root by design, so the 0px fallback in the new dialog centering never applied and every dialog sat 5px left of center (full-bleed dialogs clipped 5px off-screen). Introduce --agent-sheet-w, set inline by AgentSheetProvider only while the sheet is docked and removed otherwise, so the 0px fallback is real: sheet closed or floating renders byte-identical to the old left-[50%] and old max widths. Also cap the template picker and QuickReview's narrow variant, which could clip off-screen left on narrow desktops with the sheet docked. fix(white-label): back-to-clients link points at the byra cockpit's home domain (#1973)
* fix(white-label): back-to-clients link points at the byra cockpit's home domain A byra member working a company homed on another host (e.g. a pre-byra company on canonical) got a relative /clients on the wrong host instead of their white-label cockpit. resolveCockpitHref mirrors WL-14's home rule: relative when the current host is the cockpit's home (brand domain, or canonical for a brandless byra), else an absolute URL there. Cross- host links render a plain <a> with a 'Hanteras via' hint; the hop lands on the brand host's login (per-host sessions, WL-01) and WL-14 then lands on /clients. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(white-label): show the cross-host cockpit hint as visible text CodeRabbit: title-only hints never surface on touch devices, so the expanded-sidebar and mobile external back-links now render the 'Hanteras via {domain}' line as small muted text under the label (same pattern as the switcher's foreign entries). Also corrects the comments claiming the no-company branch never renders the back-link: it can, on its cockpit/settings surfaces, where the relative fallback matches pre-change behavior. feat(byra): gate the automatic cockpit landing to owner/admin (#1970)
* feat(byra): gate the automatic cockpit landing to owner/admin Plain byra members now land like regular users; owner/admin keep the cockpit landing at both decision sites (post-login /api/clients/landing and the '/' bounce). The middleware zero-company steer stays ungated: a member with zero companies has nowhere else to land. Cockpit access itself is unchanged (nav + /clients remain membership-based). Supersedes the 2026-08-05 all-members widening (DECISIONS.md). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(byra): keep byra members out of the first-run wizard on auto-landing Skeptic finding: a member whose auto-resolved active company is onboarding-incomplete (e.g. mid migration-reset, which repoints active_company_id itself) fell through the new role gate into /onboarding, a dead end for role member (WL-15 refuses client creation). Byra members without a picked-company cookie now go to /byra at the onboarding check, restoring the pre-gate shield. Also pins the role column into the landing route's select assertion so dropping it can't pass the mocked tests silently. feat(white-label): byra white-label infrastructure: brands, cockpit, home domains, branded email (#1956)
* feat(white-label): brand and team-kind foundation
- brands table: one white-label identity per byra team (unique mutable
domain, row presence = live, email sender identity, hex color CHECKs)
- teams.kind ('personal'|'byra'): ops-only kind changes, deterministic
ensure_user_team (personal team only), AFTER UPDATE role re-sync so a
demoted consultant loses admin in client books immediately
- resolveBrandByHost/resolveBrandForCompany with 60s TTL cache, derived
chrome tone and WCAG contrast gate; no brand row = default appearance
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): per-request brand theming, wordmark slot and source footer
- root layout resolves the brand from the Host header and injects a
server-rendered style block (light + dark), font pair classes and a
BrandProvider/useBranding context; default hosts render byte-identically
- BrandWordmark logo slot, host-aware manifest and favicon,
images.remotePatterns for Supabase Storage logos
- curated font menu mechanism (font_key -> variable pair, preload:false
for non-default entries)
- AGPL source-code footer link on login and public pages, both brands
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): byra team invites, member management and team billing
- team invites unfrozen behind a kind gate (byra teams only, owner/admin
invite); members route handles multi-team membership; members/[id]
unfrozen with last-owner protection; invite management UI in settings
- billing/status learns team-scoped grants and the settings page shows a
read-only "part of the byra agreement" state instead of the upgrade pitch
- 30-day trial suppressed for companies created under a byra team
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): brand-aware outbound mail, auth email hook and public invoice branding
- every outbound mail is sent in the brand of the company it concerns:
getSenderForCompany/getBaseUrlForCompany chain (verified brand domain,
"via Accounted" fallback, canonical default) wired into invites,
payslips, invoice deliveries and reminders
- Supabase Send Email hook endpoint (signature-verified with node:crypto,
dormant until configured) renders auth mail per brand via redirect origin
- public invoice pages carry the company's brand mark
- snapshot suite per template class guards against wrong-brand mail
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): byra cockpit, home-domain rule and tab guard
- Klienter route: five urgency-sorted columns (company, unbooked, inbox,
next deadline via the status engine, last booked) for byra team members,
who land there after login on their home domain
- soft switch straight into a client and back; blocking two-exit tab
guard against writes to the wrong active company
- client company creation admin-gated at the DB level (a created company
is +1 on the byra invoice), bound to the byra team, no trial
- home-domain rule in the UI: switcher partitions companies by host,
signpost page for companies homed elsewhere
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): brand-aware app name across UI strings
- 24 message keys per locale converted to the {appName} ICU parameter,
27 call sites pass the active brand name (useBranding client-side,
getRequestAppName server-side)
- 6 hardcoded JSX literals swept; statutory filing and API identity
surfaces deliberately keep the Accounted name
- 34 new i18n keys for the cockpit, team invites, billing state, tab
guard, signpost and source footer (sv/en parity verified)
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* docs(white-label): domain glossary and decision log entries
- CONTEXT.md: the white-label ubiquitous language (brand, byra team,
home domain, signpost, umbrella subdomain, brand color, cockpit)
- DECISIONS.md entries from the build waves
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): lean byra cockpit sidebar with company-mode back link
Byra team members now get a two-mode sidebar: on cockpit routes (/clients
and the new /byra pages) only Hem, Klienter, Automationer and Nyckeltal
show; entering a client company brings back the full company sidebar with
a pinned back-to-clients link (expanded, rail and mobile). New pages: /byra
home with client count, needs-action count and per-client urgent deadlines
reusing the fetchClientOverview aggregation, plus designed empty states for
/byra/automations and /byra/kpi. Signpost gate allows the byra routes;
non-byra users are unaffected.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): cockpit shows no active company and keeps lean sidebar under settings
In cockpit mode the bottom user widget no longer shows the active company
subline or the company-switcher flyout: the cockpit sits above the
companies and clients are entered through the Klienter list. The settings
modal previously flipped the sidebar to the full company nav behind it
because the pathname becomes /settings/*; the sidebar now keeps the mode
of the surface underneath.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): keep company picker in cockpit with nothing selected
The cockpit user menu gets the company-switcher flyout back, but neutral:
the row reads "Valj bolag", no company carries the check mark or active
styling, and picking any company (including the technically-active one)
enters it with a full navigation. Company mode is unchanged.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* chore(db): renumber white-label migrations past main and add byra settings scope
Renumber 20260801100000-120000 to 20260804110000-113000: main already
carries applied versions up to 20260803231000, and Supabase branching
refuses local migrations stamped before the remote head (the repo rule
from 5932632f5: keep new versions strictly newest). Comment references
updated in the pg tests, route docs and onboarding precheck.
Also ships the byra settings scope: settings opened from the cockpit
(?ctx=byra, honored only for byra team members) show account-level
sections only (Konto, Medlemmar och roller), hide company-scoped
sections and the company kicker, and the team section is registered in
SETTINGS_SECTIONS so Medlemmar och roller renders inside the settings
window. The cockpit user menu drops Abonnemang and carries the scope on
its links; section switches preserve it.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(byra): cross-client nyckeltal view in the cockpit
Period presets and company chips in the URL, summary tiles, merged
monthly income/expense chart and a sortable per-client KPI table.
Numbers come from the existing get_kpi_report_aggregates RPC per
client (no new migrations); calendar months are the cross-client
axis since clients can have different fiscal years.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): byra self-service brand logo and app name
New Varumarke settings section (byra scope, owner/admin): logo
upload/remove and an editable app name; domain stays read-only.
brands has no write RLS by design, so writes go through
/api/byra/brand routes with the service client behind an explicit
owner/admin team check. Files land in logos/byra/{teamId}/. The
expanded sidebar shows the brand app name beside the logo.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): route root layout through the shared brand resolver
app/layout.tsx carried a private copy of resolveRequestBrand, so it
and lib/branding/request-brand.ts could drift. The layout now uses
the shared function, which also gains a BRAND_DEV_DOMAIN override:
on literal localhost hosts only, resolve that brand so branding is
testable in local dev. Real domains are unaffected even if the
variable leaks into a deployment.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(byra): automations roadmap teaser and cockpit i18n strings
The Automationer tab now previews the planned automation set
(Monday briefing, deadline watch, rule-driven bookkeeping,
connection watch, monthly checklist, report delivery) instead of a
bare empty state. Bundles the sv/en strings for the whole cockpit
wave (nyckeltal, varumarke, automations) and the decision-log
entries.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): byra owners/admins land in the cockpit, not an auto-picked company
After login "/" resolved the first-membership fallback and opened a client
company nobody chose, and the top-left brand mark always linked back to it.
Byra owners/admins now home to /byra: the logo links there always, and "/"
redirects there unless a company was explicitly picked this browser session.
The middleware writes the fallback company back to user_preferences, so the
DB cannot tell picked from auto-picked; setActiveCompany stamps a session
cookie (gnubok-company-picked) on every explicit switch instead. The byra
check on "/" reuses the layout's team_members query via a request-cached
helper, so it costs no extra round trip. Byra members and regular users are
unchanged.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* refactor(white-label): drop brand color theming, keep monochrome everywhere
White-label is logo + app name + domain only (founder call): the
layout no longer injects brand color CSS variables, stamps
data-brand or colors the browser chrome. buildBrandVarsCss, its
WCAG gate and the brand_color/chrome_color columns stay dormant
for a future opt-in.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(db): arm SIE RPC statement_timeout via pgrst.db_pre_request hook
ALTER FUNCTION ... SET statement_timeout (20260629160100, 20260721144311)
never re-arms the running statement's timer, so large SIE imports still
died at the role default 8s. The pre-request hook runs as its own
statement before the main query, so set_config there is what the main
statement's timer is armed with. Scoped by request path to the three SIE
RPCs; every other request keeps 8s.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(byra): drop the 'what's coming' tail from the automations intro
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): byra owners/admins with zero companies land in the empty cockpit
Both no-company gates (Edge middleware and the dashboard layout) sent
every company-less user to the onboarding wizard, which forced a fresh
byra owner to create a personal company before ever seeing the cockpit.
Byra owners/admins now pass through to cockpit routes (/byra, /clients,
/companies/new, /settings, /api) and are steered to /byra elsewhere.
Plain byra members and regular users keep the onboarding redirect.
The membership lookup runs only in the rare no-company state, so the
middleware hot path is untouched.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): auth wordmark shows the brand logo alone
Byra logos usually carry their own name, so logo + app name text on the
login/register hero read as a duplicate. Branded hosts with an uploaded
logo now render the logo only, with the app name as the image's alt
text. Hosts without a logo keep the text wordmark unchanged.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): per-brand favicon via brands.favicon_url
Branded hosts used logo_url as the tab icon, which squashes wide byra
lockups at 16px. New optional brands.favicon_url holds a square mark;
the root layout prefers it and falls back to logo_url as before.
Migration applied to staging (idempotent DDL).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(auth): wire the villkor and integritetspolicy footer links
Both auth pages shipped with href="#" placeholders. Villkor now points
at the platform terms on the marketing site (accounted.se/terms; the
terms are the platform's even on branded byra hosts) and
integritetspolicy at the in-app /privacy page, host-relative so it
resolves on every branded domain. Both open in a new tab so the auth
form state survives.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(settings): styled popup for the team role dropdowns
The byra team panel's role pickers (member rows + invite form) were
native selects, so the opened list rendered as the unstylable OS menu.
Swapped to the Radix Select with the popup styled like every other
overlay; the trigger keeps the flat quiet SettingsSelect look.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(email): branded sender shows the brand name alone, no via-platform
Byra invite mail read "Willem via Accounted" in the From display name.
The tier-2 fallback (brand on the platform address) now renders just the
brand name; the platform stays visible in the actual From address until
the brand verifies its own sender domain (tier 1, unchanged).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): byra landing applies to every team member, not only owners/admins
An invited byra consultant (role member) still landed in an auto-picked
client company after signup. The cockpit landing rules ("/" redirect,
brand-mark home link, and both no-company gates) now key on byra team
MEMBERSHIP instead of the owner/admin role: anyone with cockpit access
homes to /byra. Regular users unchanged.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(email): branded team invite names the byra, not "ett team pa <platform>"
Subject, headline, body and text variant now read "Du har blivit
inbjuden till <Byra>" (brand casing kept) when the team has a brand.
Brandless teams keep the platform phrasing byte-identical.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): sidebar keeps cockpit mode after refresh on settings
The sidebar's cockpit/company decision on /settings/* rested on React
state remembering the surface underneath, which a hard reload wipes: a
byra user refreshing settings opened from the cockpit got the full
company nav and read it as landing in a client company. The ?ctx=byra
marker already in the URL survives reloads, so the sidebar now honors
it as the cockpit signal alongside the in-session memory.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): hide the active-company chip in byra-scoped settings
The full-page settings header (the hard-refresh fallback surface) showed
the ActiveCompanyBadge even under ?ctx=byra, so a byra user read the
auto-active client as "the company I am in". The chip now follows the
same byra-scope rule as the modal's kicker.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): tab guard no longer fires in the tab that initiated the switch
BroadcastChannel delivers the company-switch broadcast to every listener in
the same tab too, so the cockpit tab raised its own WL-09 "switched in
another tab" dialog over the hard navigation into the clicked client.
performCompanySwitch now marks the switch as self-initiated; CompanyTabSync
suppresses only the dialog for that observation (stray writes still get
their 409) and clears the marker on bfcache restore so back-navigation
regains the full guard.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(settings): styled popups for every settings dropdown
SettingsSelect rendered a native <select>, whose OS listbox cannot be
styled and clashes with the panel (same problem the team-panel role
dropdowns had). It now renders through Radix Select with the flat
dashed-underline trigger, keeping the native prop surface so all 13 call
sites work unchanged: value/defaultValue, onChange(e.target.value),
<option> children, and a hidden input that carries `name` into
SettingsFormWrapper's FormData read and raises the bubbling input event
its dirty tracking listens for. Empty-string option values map onto a
sentinel at the Radix boundary. The backup form's boxed fiscal-year
select moves to the shadcn Select with a placeholder.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): home-domain affinity redirect in middleware
Every signed-in user now homes on a domain: byra team members on their
brand's domain, everyone else on the platform app URL, except a byra's
client users, whose home is the byra domain their companies live under.
On any other product host the request redirects to the home domain's
root, where the user meets the RIGHT branded login (sessions are
per-domain by design). localhost, direct *.vercel.app hosts and IP
hosts are exempt; a 15-minute host-scoped cookie caches the "this is
home" verdict so the hot path costs zero extra queries; lookup failures
fail open. Complements the WL-01 signpost, which keeps handling
per-company homing inside a domain.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): render hero brand logo at 64px on auth pages
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* feat(white-label): shareable invite link and re-send for byra team invites
A failed invite mail previously surfaced only as a toast description while
the invitation quietly waited for a mail that never arrived (the Arbore
case). The inviter now always has a recovery path:
- persistent share-link line after invite create/re-send: ochre attn line
with a copy action when the mail did not go out, quiet muted line with
the same action when it did
- POST /api/team/invite/[id] re-sends a pending invitation with a fresh
token and expiry (same byra-only owner/admin gates as DELETE)
- brand mail sending extracted to lib/email/send-team-invite.ts, shared
by create and re-send so the two paths cannot drift
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): sidebar shows uploaded brand logo alone, no app-name label
Byra logos usually carry their own name, so logo + text in the expanded
sidebar read as a duplicate (same founder call as BrandWordmark,
2026-08-05). The app-name label now renders only for branded hosts
without an uploaded logo.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): close the four skeptic refutations before merge
- trial seed: migration 130300 now carries the seven-key PAID body from
20260818170000 plus the byra guard, instead of silently reverting it;
pg test pins the full key set against PAID_CAPABILITIES
- byra gate: new migration 130600 adds the owner/admin gate to
create_company_for_user (v1 API + MCP path), and both surfaces resolve
the default team personal-only, so a consultant's private company can
never attach to the byra team
- home-domain: byra staff who also have canonical-homed companies are no
longer redirected off the platform host; the signpost handles per-company
homing (5 new middleware tests)
- settings selects: the Radix popup renders optgroup group headers again
(ROT/RUT work-type picker)
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* test(schema): re-baseline unresolvable-expression ceiling after #1954 catch-up merge
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(white-label): pg-real rollback-safe assertions and deep-link-preserving affinity redirect
The byra company-creation pg test asserted persisted rows through the pool
after withUserContext, which always rolls back its transaction; the
assertions now run inside the transaction after RESET ROLE. The home-domain
affinity redirect carries the original path and query across the domain hop
(PR Agent finding), so invite links and deep links survive the correction.

fix(skatteverket): show a banner when the connection is dead (#1925)
* fix(skatteverket): make a dead Skatteverket connection impossible to miss A company whose SKV session had expired got no usable signal anywhere. /skattekonto/saldo answers 200 for a token already flagged needs_reconsent (it keeps the stale snapshot visible on purpose), so the page looked healthy on load, and the reconnect AttnLine lived inside the `data` branch: a company that had never completed a sync had no snapshot, so clicking "Synkronisera nu" set the reconnect message and rendered absolutely nothing. The 401 branch returns before the toast, so the click was a silent no-op. On /transactions the same banner was gated on the 'skatteverket' source filter, which most users never select. Skattekonto page: - probe /status on load through the shared skvStatusNeedsReconnect predicate, so the prompt appears before the user clicks anything - render the reconnect line at page level, regardless of `data` - swap the "Synkronisera nu" header action for "Anslut igen": the sync cannot succeed while the session is dead, and offering it is what made the failure look like nothing happening - give the expired case its own StartCard instead of the onboarding one, which reads as "you never set this up" to someone who did - drop the "klicka pa Synkronisera nu" hint while a reconnect is pending Transactions page: show the reconnect line on every source filter. Max one attn line per page is preserved: reconnect outranks the imported-rows line and the saldo shortfall, the latter because a shortfall computed from a stale snapshot must not outrank "the data is stale". Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): show a banner when the connection is dead Cut back to a banner and nothing else, after three skeptics refuted the first cut. /skattekonto: the reconnect line lived inside the `data` branch of the saldo section, so a company with no snapshot (never completed a sync) saw nothing at all when the sync it just clicked died on an expired session. The 401 path returns before the toast, so the click was a silent no-op. Move the line to page level and probe /status on load so it also appears without clicking, since /skattekonto/saldo answers 200 for a token flagged needs_reconsent and nothing else in the payload reveals a dead session. /transactions: show the same line on every source filter. Nothing is hidden or removed while the flag is true: the saldo tiles, the Kronofogden line, "Synkronisera nu", the empty state and the shortfall warning all stay exactly as they were. Prod has 151 of 162 connected companies with every token dead, so a flag that hides anything hides it from nearly everyone, and the shortfall warning's action is the page's only route to the bankgiro and OCR. Also: a healthy probe clears a message left by an earlier failed sync (previously only syncNow's success path did, so a transient 401 kept the banner up until a remount), and the existing visibility refetch now covers the reconnect state so the banner does not survive the consent that fixed it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): guard status probe against stale responses A fire-and-forget /status probe from an earlier reload could resolve after a later one and overwrite needsReconnect with an outdated result, restoring the reconnect banner right after a successful sync. Each reload now bumps a probe sequence and a result is applied only while it is still the latest. Also puts the 2026-08-26 decision record in the required [date] decision: why format. perf(layout): dashboard layout in two waves, nav flags as one RPC, local JWT verification (#1946)
The dashboard layout runs on every hard load, hard refresh, company switch and the 16 router.refresh() sites, and loading.tsx cannot paint until it resolves. It cost ~20 network calls in 4 sequential waves: a third getUser() round trip to Supabase Auth (after the proxy's and the route guard's), the company resolution, then 16 reads including four limit-1 probes whose only job is to decide whether to render the Webshop and Körjournal nav rows, and an entitlements read that itself ran two waves. - lib/auth/claims.ts: claimsPinned/userFromClaims extracted from require-auth.ts (unchanged) so the dashboard request context shares the exact pinning + mapping. getDashboardAuthContext verifies the JWT locally and falls back to getUser() only when claims are missing, unpinned or unverifiable: the proxy already performed the per-request revocation check before the layout runs (same semantics approved for routes on 2026-07-23). - Wave 1 (user-keyed, parallel with the company resolution): team membership, profile, user preferences and the memberships join, which now also supplies the active company's row and role, so the separate companies and company_members reads are gone. - Wave 2 (company-keyed): settings, agent profile, the switcher's settings names, entitlements in ONE wave (getCompanyEntitlements takes the team_id the join already carries and runs the grants read alongside config + subscription), and get_dashboard_nav_flags(). - supabase/migrations/20260826120000_get_dashboard_nav_flags.sql: SECURITY INVOKER, STABLE, EXECUTE for authenticated only; RLS applies inside. lib/dashboard/nav-flags.ts wraps it with the pre-RPC four-probe fallback on PGRST202/42883/42501 (self-hosted not yet migrated, deploy ordering) and degrades to hidden rows on any other error. - tests/pg/dashboard-nav-flags-rpc.pg.test.ts (6): fresh company, active vs pending WooCommerce, active Shopify, mileage trips, RLS for a member of another company, EXECUTE grants. Unit tests for the wrapper (RPC row, single-object payload, each fallback code, other errors) and for the entitlements teamId option. ~20 calls / 4 waves -> ~12 calls / 2 waves, 0 auth network calls. feat(ux): one silhouette from route fallback to detail content (#1944)
Opening a row on the customers, invoices, verifikat, supplier-invoice, supplier, article and salary-run lists flashed three unrelated layouts: the segment's list-shaped loading.tsx (or, for suppliers and articles, the Hem-shaped dashboard fallback) during the RSC round trip, then the client page's bare centred spinner in an h-64 box while it fetched, then the content with a full layout change. Two flashes per click on the most travelled drill-down path. - components/common/DetailPageSkeleton.tsx: back link + title row + card grid + line block, the silhouette of a document/register detail page; InvoiceEditorSkeleton for the editor routes (same shape the Ny faktura dialog shows while its chunk loads). - loading.tsx for every [id] segment (customers, invoices, invoices/edit, invoices/credit, bookkeeping, supplier-invoices, suppliers, articles, salary/runs) and for the two list segments that had none (suppliers, articles, cloned from customers/loading.tsx). - The client pages render the same skeleton while they fetch instead of the centred Loader2, so the RSC fallback to client fallback handoff is invisible. The reference-data gates are already gone (A1 to A6); this only covers the primary-entity fetch. - app/(dashboard)/__tests__/detail-loading-states.test.ts pins both. perf(reference-data): sweep the remaining raw reads onto the session cache, ratchet to 0 (#1941)
Final consumer migration of the responsiveness plan: the 35 files still fetching fiscal periods, settings, accounts, cash accounts, dimensions or templates on their own now read lib/reference-data, and every client write site invalidates the shared cache instead of refetching locally. Settings and registries: FiscalYearsManager, FiscalPeriodEditor (period snapshotted once per company so a revalidation cannot reset dates being edited), BookingTemplatesPanel, ChartOfAccounts, ChartOfAccountsManager, EditAccountDialog, CorrectionEntryDialog, StrikeLinesDialog, InvoicePaymentAccountsSettings; the dimensions registry (DimensionsManager, DimensionCombobox, LineDimensionFields, DimensionFilter, bookkeeping/[id]) reads useDimensions and the ad-hoc fetchDimensions/fetchDimensionsCached helpers are deleted. Pages and pickers: CashAccountSelector (FyPicker-shaped restore, once per company load), use-account-names, FiscalYearGapNotice, OpeningBalancePeriodStep, BankFileConfirmStep, ImportReviewStep, the import page (invalidates accounts + periods after a SIE execute), customers list, invoices list + detail, pending, salary employee, asset dispose, year-end and periodisering pages (invalidate periods after closing), reports DimensionPnlView (its pivot picker read the wrong payload key and was always empty; it now populates), SkatteverketPanel, TemplatePicker, ArticleForm (vat_registered). Invoice dialogs and extensions: SendInvoiceDialog, PaymentBookingDialog (init reduced to the credit-note lookup + catalogue, proposal and voucher preview fire on open when cached; a local getSession replaces the network getUser for the fallback CC), InvoiceInboxWorkspace, TicWorkspace, ArcimMigrationWorkspace (invalidates after each SIE import step), enable-banking AccountPickerDialog. raw-reference-fetch ratchet: 35 -> 0 files. perf(forms): supplier-invoice form, register forms and review dialogs read the session cache (#1938)
The supplier-invoice editor issued four requests on every mount (suppliers, accounts, settings, fiscal periods) and defaulted vatRegistered=true, entity type and rounding until /api/settings landed, so the moms controls visibly flipped. The register forms fetched the whole chart of accounts to fill one konto combobox, and each transaction review dialog refetched accounts, cash accounts or settings per open. - use-supplier-invoice-data: thin composition of useSuppliers, useAccounts, useCompanySettings and useFiscalPeriods; the settings-driven gates come from a pure deriveSupplierInvoiceDefaults() (tested) instead of state that flips when the fetch returns; the per-invoice öresavrundning toggle is the one local override. Inline supplier create invalidates the shared list instead of patching local state. - SupplierForm, ArticleForm (posting accounts), QuickReviewDialog, InvoiceMatchDialog, supplier-invoices/[id] (payment dialog chart): useAccounts; ArticleForm's inline account create invalidates the chart. - BulkBookDialog, MatchVoucherDialog, DuplicateBookingDialog: cash accounts from useCashAccounts (resolveAccount over the cached list; an empty list still resolves to 1930 with the fallback note). - QuickReviewDialog, BulkBookDialog, NewEmployeeDialog, customers list (default payment terms), salary run page (payment format, bank, IBAN, dimensions): derived from useCompanySettings; the salary page's post-settings-modal refetch becomes a cache invalidation. raw-reference-fetch ratchet: 45 -> 35 files. perf(bookkeeping): fiscal-year pickers and cash accounts read the session cache (#1934)
First consumer migration onto lib/reference-data. FyPicker and
FiscalYearSelector (14 consumer surfaces, 47 fiscal-period fetch sites
before this series) now read useFiscalPeriods(); with the layout seed the
restore of the persisted scope runs in the first effect tick and onReady
fires on mount instead of after a round trip. Their restore rules are
extracted into a pure resolveInitialFiscalScope() (lib/reference-data/
fiscal-scope.ts) so the two pickers cannot drift apart again, and the
restore runs once per company load, not on every background revalidation.
- /reports: the static catalog renders immediately; only the "no fiscal
year" empty state waits for the picker (previously six skeleton bars
until /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods resolved).
- JournalEntryList (/bookkeeping): resolves its initial scope from the
cached list instead of its own fetch; the saved-scope shortcut still
unblocks the entries fetch first when nothing is cached, and resolution
is guarded to once per company so a revalidation can never snap a
deep-link "all years" visit back to the stored year.
- /transactions: the account chooser reads useCashAccounts({ enabledOnly })
(seeded) instead of fetching /api/cash-accounts on every visit; the bank
sync button invalidates that entry after a sync.
- STORAGE_KEY_PREFIX / ALL_YEARS_VALUE move to a dependency-free
fiscal-year-storage.ts (re-exported from FiscalYearSelector) so lib/ code
can import them without a React component.
raw-reference-fetch ratchet: 55 -> 51 files.

feat(perf): session-cached reference data layer, server-seeded, with a raw-fetch ratchet (#1932)
* feat(perf): session-cached reference data layer, server-seeded, with a raw-fetch ratchet
Customer report (2026-08-26): "it takes time before all fields load when
clicking around". The cause is on the client: fiscal periods, settings,
accounts, cash accounts, dimensions and templates are fetched raw from 47 /
27 / 14 / 8 / 12 / 5 independent call sites, uncached, on every mount and
every dialog open, each request paying the auth proxy and route wrapper
before its own query. SWR was adopted for exactly this on 2026-07-13 but
reached only three files.
This PR adds the layer; consumers migrate in the follow-ups.
- lib/reference-data/keys.ts: one key builder per data set, company id in
position 1, null without a company; company_settings keeps the shape
useCompanySettings already uses so that hook is seeded without a change.
- lib/reference-data/fetchers.ts: browser Supabase for fiscal periods and
cash accounts (mirroring period.list and listForCompany ordering, pinned
by tests), /api for the lists whose routes do real work (accounts RPC,
dimensions ensure, template scoping, customer masking).
- lib/reference-data/hooks.ts: useFiscalPeriods, useCashAccounts,
useAccounts, useDimensions, useBookingTemplates, useCustomers,
useSuppliers, useArticles (+ re-exported useCompanySettings); one-minute
dedupe, keepPreviousData, background revalidation kept on so writes from
MCP/agents/other tabs surface.
- lib/reference-data/invalidate.ts: invalidateReferenceData(kind) for the
success path of every client write.
- lib/reference-data/seed.ts + components/providers/ReferenceDataSeed.tsx:
the dashboard layout fetches fiscal periods and cash accounts in its
existing batch and hands them, with the settings row it already had, to
SWR as fallback, so the first form of a session renders its period, bank
account and settings-driven fields on first paint. getDashboardSettings
now selects the full row for that (its other consumers read a subset).
The chart of accounts is not seeded (hundreds of KB for large charts).
- scripts/checks/raw-reference-fetch.mjs, wired into check:guards as a
per-file ratchet: GET-shaped fetch('/api/<reference path>') anywhere in
client-facing code and .from('<reference table>').select( in 'use client'
files. Baselined at 55 files; new sites fail CI; at 0 the entry goes.

* fix(checks): anchor every optional whitespace run in the raw-reference-fetch regex
CodeQL js/redos flagged the `\s*,?\s*\)` tail: two adjacent optional
whitespace runs around an optional comma backtrack polynomially on a long
near-miss. The URL and init-object pieces are now named fragments and
every whitespace run is followed by a literal, so there is one way to
match. Behaviour unchanged (same 7 fixtures + baseline count of 55);
a worst-case timing test pins the linear scan.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(checks): make the use-client directive regex unambiguous (CodeQL js/redos)
An unclosed /* let the lazy comment body be re-split at every later /*.
The body is now (?:[^*]|\*(?!\/))* which cannot cross a */, so the outer
repetition has one parse. Pinned with a 3000-comment worst-case test.

* ci: re-trigger checks for the rebased head
No workflow ran for dd560a7af (nor after close/reopen); an empty commit
gives the pull_request event a fresh head. No code change.

perf(hem): stream the home page in three sections and trim its query plan (#1945)
Hem was one ~33-query render behind a single fallback: the greeting waited for the slowest worklist scan, and the request also paid a sequential bank_file_imports read after the batch, a second scan of the suggested matches (getWorklistCounts counted the same 200 rows the pane listed) and an awaited stale-dismissal delete on the read path. - page.tsx awaits only what the greeting shell and the redirects need (settings, profile, agent profile, the Skatteverket flag); the notice line, the setup checklist and the Att göra + Fortsätt panes are async server components behind their own Suspense (hem-sections.tsx). RSC streaming applies to client navigations too, so the greeting paints first on every visit and each block fills in as its queries land. - DashboardContent becomes the shell with three slots; HemNotices keeps the one client-side action (the wrong-account sign-out); HemSkeletons are the two fallbacks. - getWorklistCounts accepts the suggested matches the caller is already fetching (a promise, so it stays parallel); listSuggestedMatches runs once at the scan cap and the pane shows the first five. - countInboxDocuments runs its id chunks in one wave instead of N sequential round trips. - getCompanyNotices takes deferReap; Hem passes Next's after() so the stale-dismissal delete runs after the response. - bank_file_imports joins the checklist section's batch. Tests: worklist aggregate (precomputed matches skip the rescan), notices aggregate (deferReap receives the reap; the delete does not run inline and runs when the task does). fix: hide API-archived customers and suppliers from lists and pickers (#1927)
* fix: hide API-archived customers and suppliers from lists and pickers The v1 API soft-archives customers and suppliers (archived_at, plus is_active=false on suppliers) and its own list routes hide those rows behind ?include_archived=true. No other surface filtered archived_at, so an archived counterparty stayed a normal row in the dashboard rosters, the internal /api/customers and /api/suppliers list routes, the MCP list tools and every customer/supplier picker. Apply the same canonical `archived_at IS NULL` filter on every non-v1 list and picker path: - /api/customers GET, /api/suppliers GET (feeds the customers page and the supplier-invoice form) - suppliers dashboard page (reads suppliers via browser Supabase) - InvoiceEditor and NewRecurringScheduleDialog customer pickers; an invoice or schedule being edited keeps its current customer visible (archiving does not refuse on drafts, so a draft can point at one) - deadlines page and CalendarWorkspace customer pickers - InvoicePreviewCard sample customer - gnubok_list_customers and gnubok_list_suppliers: hidden by default, optional include_archived boolean mirroring the v1 flag; rows now carry archived_at so an agent can tell them apart when opted in Detail routes and by-id lookups are untouched: an archived row still opens. The delete-vs-archive semantics are unchanged. The tools/list payload guard moves 60.7K to 60.8K: main had ~6 tokens of headroom, so even the bare boolean contract crossed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(schema): raise the unresolvable-expression ceiling by 2 for the archived-customer picker filters The two .or('archived_at.is.null,id.eq.<uuid>') filters keep an edited draft's archived customer selectable. The uuid is a runtime value, so the scanner cannot resolve the expression; both columns exist and the filter is covered by the archived-counterparty tests. feat(woo): select multiple orders and book them with one template sweep (#1900)
* feat(woo): select multiple orders and book them with one template sweep Adds bulk booking to the orders page (issue #1880): hover-reveal checkbox column, a bulkbar with select-all/clear, and a confirm dialog that books every selected order with the standard order template (per-store payment- method mapping, optionally one override account for the whole selection). Server side, POST /api/webshop-orders/bulk-book books each order as its OWN verifikat through the exact same flow as the single-order endpoint: the guards, FX retry and race-free draft -> claim -> commit sequence are extracted to lib/webshop-orders/book-order.ts and shared by both routes, so nothing added to the single path can miss the bulk path. Partial failure is reported per order and never aborts the batch. Fixes #1880 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(woo): replace mangled NUL byte in bulk dialog grouping key with a pipe The account-group key template literal picked up a raw 0x00 byte during generation (known escape-mangling hazard), making git treat the file as binary. Same grouping semantics, plain '|' separator. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(woo): bulk sweep only books derived lines, never guessed ones (skeptic findings) The sweep has no reviewing user, so everything the single dialog relies on a human to catch is now refused per order or aborted: - empty vat_breakdown: the ratio-inferred fallback split (a 25%+6% mixed sale classified as 12%, refunds reversing zero moms via 3004) is only allowed as the single dialog's editable prefill; bulk refuses with WEBSHOP_ORDER_VAT_BREAKDOWN_MISSING - invoice-mode payment methods: booking would foreclose Skapa faktura and post a wrong clearing leg; refused with WEBSHOP_ORDER_INVOICE_MODE_METHOD (the account override does not bypass the merchant's configured flow) - 3740 residual above ore scale (gift-card gaps booked as 'oresavrundning'): refused with WEBSHOP_ORDER_RESIDUAL_TOO_LARGE - settings-fetch failure now aborts the sweep instead of silently rebooking every order to 1686 against the confirmed dialog - maxDuration 300 so a platform kill cannot strand an order between claim and commit - per-order guard details (e.g. journal_entry_id) survive into the failure envelope The dialog mirrors the skip rules up front (named order numbers, not an anonymous count) so the confirmation describes exactly what will book. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(woo): refuse non-Swedish VAT-rate buckets in the bulk sweep A foreign OSS bucket (e.g. German 19%) passes the non-empty breakdown gate with zero residual, but the rate-to-account maps would fall back to the 25% accounts and book foreign VAT as Swedish utgaende moms 2611 (skeptic finding). The sweep now refuses such orders per order with WEBSHOP_ORDER_UNSUPPORTED_VAT_RATE (details.rates names the offending rates); the dialog mirrors the rule and names the skipped orders. Only the single dialog may show that prefill, as an editable guess. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(bookkeeping): guarded fiscal-year reset + findable Angra import (#1883) (#1897)
* feat(bookkeeping): guarded fiscal-year reset + findable Angra import (#1883) Two deliverables from the community report where a bad SIE test import left no way out short of deleting the company: A) Discoverability: the voucher list shows one attn line linking to /import?history=sie whenever the page contains import-sourced vouchers, and /import?history=sie deep-links straight into the fold-open SIE import history where per-import Angra already lives. B) Reset of an UNLOCKED fiscal year regardless of how the entries arrived: new reset_fiscal_year RPC (same gnubok.allow_delete escape hatch as undo_sie_import; no enforcement trigger touched) behind GET/POST /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id]/reset and a typed type-the-year-name confirmation dialog on the fiscal years settings list. Refuses on: locked/closed year, company lock date over any part of the year, executed year-end, arsredovisning state, later year depending on this year's UB, VAT-declared evidence (vat_settlement verifikat, SKV lock/submit audit rows, extension workflow keys, fail closed) and AGI-declared months. Entries referenced by RESTRICT/NO ACTION FKs abort the whole reset (all-or-nothing). Documents are detached, never deleted (BFL 7 kap); every delete is audit-logged plus one behandlingshistorik summary row. Fixes #1883 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): harden fiscal-year reset after skeptic review (#1883) Blocking skeptic findings on PR #1897, one consolidated pass: - New snapshot blocker cross_year_reference: an entry outside the year whose correction_of_id / reverses_id / reversed_by_id points into the year made the delete crash with an uncaught P0001 (immutability trigger refusing the ON DELETE SET NULL referential UPDATE) after an eligible:true preview, and silently severed draft chains. 12 such chains exist in prod today. - New snapshot blocker rot_rut_state: a begaran om utbetalning that reached Skatteverket (submitted/paid/partially_paid/rejected) was silently unlinked via SET NULL, erasing the bokforing behind a filed and possibly decided myndighetsarende. - Rakenskapsinformation preservation (BFL 7 kap): line-level trigger audit rows carry no company_id and header rows no amounts, so a reset destroyed konton/belopp with no company-readable trace. The RPC now archives the full content of every verifikat in company-scoped RESET_SNAPSHOT audit rows before deleting (action added to audit_log_action_check, NOT VALID), and behandlingshistorik renders them. - Dimension registry lockstep on reset (mirrors undo_sie_import): flipped imports can never be undone again, so their dimensions/values would have been orphaned forever. - EXCEPTION WHEN raise_exception now returns a typed FISCAL_YEAR_RESET_LINKED_ENTRIES envelope instead of a bare 500; gnubok.allow_delete is cleared before leaving the guarded block. - Voucher-list attn line fires only for source_type 'import': opening_balance is also written by year-end closing and the manual IB flows, which mislabelled every year-2+ company as SIE-imported. - /import?history=sie now scrolls the SIE history into view. - Reset dialog copy (sv+en) discloses that linked invoices, payments and bank transactions become unbooked; new blocker strings in both locales. - pg fixture fix: document_attachments seeded without company_id (23502); new pg tests for both blockers, RESET_SNAPSHOT rows and the lockstep. feat(bookkeeping): edit the lines of a proposed kontering (Andra rader) (#1894)
* feat(bookkeeping): edit the lines of a proposed kontering via Andra rader Proposal views (AI suggestion, static template, counterparty template with or without a line pattern) previously offered only accept-or-start-over: the verifikation preview was pure rendering and the only line-editable path was library templates. This adds an "Andra rader" affordance to the proposal view in QuickReviewDialog that hands the COMPUTED lines (accounts, SEK amounts, VAT legs, exactly what the preview shows) into TransactionBookingDialog / JournalEntryForm as an editable prefill, reusing the same initialLines mechanism library templates already use. - lib/bookkeeping/proposal-lines.ts: line computation extracted from JournalEntryPreview into computeProposalLines() (single source for preview and prefill, so they cannot drift) plus proposalLinesToFormLines() mapping to the JournalEntryForm prefill shape. The settlement leg is flagged so the booking dialog swaps in the transaction's resolved cash account and stamps currency metadata, mirroring buildInitialLinesFromTemplate. - JournalEntryPreview now renders computeProposalLines() output unchanged. - TransactionBookingDialog accepts proposalLines (takes precedence over preselectedTemplate); the booking still goes through JournalEntryForm's normal manual validation and the engine, no validation bypassed. - Ore rounding funnels through roundOre(); guard baseline ratcheted down. - New strings in messages/sv.json and messages/en.json (tx_quick_review). - Unit tests for all three proposal branches incl. VAT legs, reverse charge, multi-line patterns, 3740 rounding diff and FX metadata. Fixes #1878 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): make the Andra rader prefill engine-exact (skeptic findings) Three skeptics refuted the first cut of #1878: the extracted preview math was a lossy approximation of the engine, and making it bookable made every loss a real booking defect. This commit closes each refuted scenario by mirroring the exact engine path per proposal branch: - Balance: VAT is single-rounded and the net leg is gross minus that VAT (transaction-entries.ts semantics). Independently rounded net+VAT went off by 1 ore for 12% grosses at 14 mod 28 ore (e.g. 102.06, 100.94), prefillling an unbookable verifikat. - 'Ingen moms' deviation: the dialog resolves the UI 'none' sentinel via resolveExplicitVat before computing lines, so an explicit no-VAT choice prefills no VAT line instead of re-deriving the 25% category default into a bookable 2641 leg (ruta 48 inflation on e.g. loan repayments). - Ore parity: engineRound (plain Math.round(x*100)/100, matching the engine) replaces roundOre where the engine is naive; roundOre kept only where the engine uses it (category VAT leg). No more 1-ore drift between preview, prefill and the booked verifikat (8.62 RC, 34.30@12%). - Legacy counterparty pairs: new counterpartyLegacy mode mirrors the legacy booking path: reverse charge emits the 2645/2614 fiktiv-moms pair (previously dropped: an RC expense would have booked without fiktiv moms, understating rutor 30/48), VAT on expenses only, income gross, and sign-mismatched matches mirrored like buildLegacyMismatchResult. - Pattern mirror: sign-mismatched line patterns flip learned sides like buildMultiLineMappingResult; ratio allocation filters business/tax types. - Entity accounts: static template accounts resolve debit/credit_account_ab for aktiebolag (resolveTemplateAccountsForEntity), so an AB no longer previews or books EF-only accounts like 2013. - Settlement swap: only a literal-1930 settlement leg is swapped to the resolved cash account (applySettlementAccount parity); learned non-1930 money legs (1510/2440/2890/19xx) stay authoritative. - FX: QuickReviewDialog hands its enriched transaction row to the booking dialog so the settlement leg's exchange_rate metadata matches the rate the SEK amounts were computed with. 34 unit tests incl. every skeptic counterexample; guard baseline ratcheted to 622 (below main's 626). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): line-pattern settlement leg uses the learned legacy pair (skeptic refutation) Two independent skeptics refuted the pattern branch: the engine books the money leg on the counterparty template's learned legacy account (credit for an expense, debit for an income, mirror-swapped, falling back to 1930), while the preview/prefill defaulted to 1930. A SIE-learned pattern settling on 2440 showed kredit 1930 in the preview but booked kredit 2440 on confirm. QuickReviewDialog now passes the learned pair raw (no entity resolution, engine parity) and computeProposalLines selects the settlement account exactly like buildTransactionEntryLines; the literal-1930 swap to the resolved cash account is unchanged. CodeRabbit findings declined deliberately (see DECISIONS.md): the 3740 rounding line keeps the engine's business-side placement for both diff signs (parity contract; an unbalanced set is rejected at commit), and the naiveOreRound baseline stays at 622 (engineRound is a documented parity exception). feat(woo): mark an order as already booked outside the integration (#1895)
* feat(woo): mark an order as already booked outside the integration Orders booked by hand before the store was connected sat under Att bokfora forever: the only exits were the book and create-invoice routes. - Migration: manually_booked_at/_by + optional manually_booked_journal_entry_id on webshop_orders (informational link, no financial freeze; the mark produced no accounting objects). - POST/DELETE /api/webshop-orders/[id]/mark-booked: mark with optional posted-verifikat reference (validated per company), conditional claim against concurrent booking/invoicing; unmark is a plain revert. - book and create-invoice routes refuse marked rows (409 WEBSHOP_ORDER_MANUALLY_BOOKED) and exclude them in their atomic claims. - List route: booked/unbooked filters treat a manual mark as a closed exit, so marked rows leave the Att bokfora tab and join Bokforda. - Orders page: row overflow menu with Markera som bokford / Angra markering, MarkOrderBookedDialog with a searchable candidate list of posted entries near the order date, muted status text linking to the referenced verifikat. Fixes #1879 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(woo): close skeptic findings on the manual-booked mark - mark-booked applies the same open-twin gate as book/create-invoice: an OPEN legacy feed transaction blocks the mark (409 WEBSHOP_ORDER_LEGACY_TRANSACTION_OPEN); ignored or booked feed rows unlock it, so no open path to a duplicate remains. - ingest treats manually marked rows as frozen for drift purposes: remote financial deltas set remote_changed_after_freeze (same badge as booked rows) instead of silently refreshing the row under the user's assertion. - re-marking with a journal_entry_id updates the informational link instead of silently dropping it. - dialog: candidate amount computed from the returned lines (the list API does not return total_amount), newest-first ordering, cap hint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(migrations): bump webshop manual-booking migration past freshly merged 20260825120000 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(woo): resolve PR review findings in one pass - freeze v3 migration: financial fields are frozen at the DB level while a row is manually marked as booked (review finding: the mark's freeze lived only in ingest.ts, so any other write path could silently mutate a marked row); unmark stays the escape hatch. pg test added. - pass the active locale to getErrorMessage in the orders page and MarkOrderBookedDialog (CodeRabbit: English users got Swedish errors). fix(bokforing): account search results in the booking dialog search field (#1877) (#1889)
* fix(bokforing): account search results in the booking dialog search field (#1877) The search field in the "Bokfor transaktion" dialog only matched template metadata, so typing an account number or name (e.g. active 5460 Forbrukningsmaterial) gave zero hits and no path to booking; the real account search was only reachable via the discreet "Bokfor manuellt" link. - TemplatePicker now also searches the company's active chart of accounts (reusing lib/bookkeeping/account-search.ts) and shows hits as a "Konton" result group; picking one routes into the same manual booking flow as "Bokfor manuellt" with the account prefilled on the counter line. - New buildActiveAccountIndex helper indexes chart rows active-only, so deactivated accounts never surface as bookable results. - searchTemplates additionally prefix-matches all-digit tokens against a template's business account (debit for expense, credit for income, both legs for transfers, AB variants included); the settlement leg is deliberately excluded so "1930" does not light up every template. - Library template search prefix-matches line accounts on all-digit queries. - Empty search results show a hint pointing at "Bokfor manuellt" for accounts outside the active chart; placeholder now says "Sok mall eller konto...". New strings in both messages/sv.json and messages/en.json. Fixes #1877 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokforing): match only business lines when digit-searching library templates (#1877) CodeRabbit review on PR #1889: the all-digit library-template match also hit settlement and VAT lines, so searching "1930" lit up every user template with a bank settlement leg. Restrict the predicate to business lines, mirroring the static catalog's settlement-leg exclusion.
