MattssonandClaude Opus 4.6 550cadcb06 fix: harden auth, cron secrets, and provider flows (GNU-17) (#148) 
- Replace === with crypto.timingSafeEqual in all 7 cron routes via shared lib/auth/cron.ts
- Add in-memory rate limiting (60 req/min) and expires_at support to calendar feed
- Add exponential backoff on MFA verify after 3 failed attempts
- Add 60s cooldown on password reset requests
- Validate bank callback auth code format before API call
- Redact session IDs from bank sync and callback logs
- Validate OAuth redirect_uris against allowlist (claude.ai, claude.com, localhost)
- Remove excessive PII/debug console logging from login page

- Change missing extension env vars from throw to log.warn (graceful degradation)
- Move initialized flag after all init steps complete

- Add ensureInitialized() to journal entry reverse and invoice mark-paid/sent routes

- Add 8 new Zod schemas (UpdateCustomer, UpdateSupplier, UpdateSupplierInvoice,
  UpdateAccount, BankUnlink, RunReconciliation, CorrectJournalEntry,
  EvaluateMappingRules) and wire validateBody() into 24 JSON-body API routes
- Remove redundant manual validation checks replaced by Zod
- Add comprehensive schema tests (222 tests)
- Improve type definitions in types/index.ts with expanded interfaces
- Refactor extension types (push-notifications, receipt-ocr) for cleaner imports
- Update transaction components (BatchCategorySelector, SwipeCategorizationView,
  QuickReviewDialog, VatTreatmentSelect) and invoice inbox workspace
- Add invoice-inbox utilities and type decoupling tests
- Fix NE-bilaga, SRU export, and invoice PDF template type usage
- Update CLAUDE.md with expanded architecture documentation
