fix(ux): actions update lists in place - no more takeovers, jumps and dead air (#1629)
* fix(ux): update lists in place on actions instead of takeover spinners and jumps Founder report: the app feels glitchy when clicking around, especially when deleting a row or booking something. The repo-wide anti-pattern behind it: single-row actions trigger whole-list skeleton/spinner takeovers (layout collapse, scroll jump, full stagger-enter replay), deletes give zero feedback then hard-jump, and the /transactions exit "animation" was filter-only and never animated. Per surface: - Never take over a rendered list for a background refresh. The skeleton/spinner swap is now reserved for an empty (or foreign) list on /transactions (fetchTransactions), /pending (fetchOperations, covering both listed Granskning findings, one file), kundfakturor (fetchInvoices), leverantörsfakturor (fetchInvoices, plus try/catch/finally so a failed fetch can no longer stick the skeleton or masquerade as an empty register) and the verifikat list (JournalEntryList now takes a refreshToken prop and refetches in place; /bookkeeping no longer key-remounts it into a spinner, so expansion/selection/pagination/scroll survive a created verifikat). Quiet inline Loader2 cues near the list headers on /transactions and /pending signal a background reconcile. - /transactions row exit: exiting rows (booked/ignored/deleted) stay rendered through the existing 350ms window with a real exit transition (.row-exit: fast fade, then the space closes by transitioning cell paddings/line metrics and a numeric max-height on the fixed-height cell spans) and pointer-events off. Instant removal under prefers-reduced-motion. Applied to the inbox cards, the skattekonto card and the history rows. - /transactions delete: routes through processingId (row spinner) and the exitingIds path, and decrements totalUncategorizedCount when the deleted row was pending (the realtime echo is not guaranteed for DELETE on a filtered subscription). - FyPicker double-fetch: the initial fetch now waits for FyPicker's onReady (fires after its persisted-scope restore), so mount does one correctly scoped fetch instead of racing an unscoped fetch against the restore refetch (list -> skeleton -> list on every visit). Period changes refetch background-only behind the client-filtered list. - Pagination survives realtime echoes: background refreshes re-fetch range(0, pagedCountRef) instead of resetting to the first 200 rows, so "Visa fler" pages no longer collapse after any action. Gates: full vitest suite green (14764 passed), tsc output byte-identical to the origin/main baseline, eslint 0 errors on touched files, check:guards green, package-lock untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): apply review round on action-feedback smoothness - /pending: sequence-guard fetchOperations so a stale previous-tab response can't overwrite the current tab's rows, counts, or loading cues - /pending: check res.ok on the pending fetch and both history fetches before applying payloads; failures keep current rows and surface the existing error toast - /transactions: reset fiscal scope (fyReady/fyPeriodId/fyPeriod) during render on company switch so FyPicker re-runs its persisted restore and stale bounds never scope a fetch for the wrong company - /transactions: drop a deleted row's id from selectedIds so the bulk bar can't act on a deleted row - row exit: add the inert attribute on exiting row wrappers alongside pointer-events so keyboard focus and activation are blocked too - JournalEntryList: preserve selection on refreshToken background refreshes (reconciled against the refreshed page); user-initiated reloads still clear it Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Jakob Wennberg <311770904+jakobwennberg-oss@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

refactor(design): lock the border-radius ladder, one radius per role (#1607)
Seven radii were in circulation (4/5/6/8/12/16px + pill) with no rule for which went where; one toolbar row on /transactions mixed four shape languages. This locks a 4-tier ladder (design.md convention 16): - pill: interactive toolbar controls (buttons, chips, pickers, segmented controls, toolbar search, count nubs) - rounded-xl (12px): overlay tier: page panel, dialogs, slide-overs - rounded-lg (8px): cards, form fields, popover/menu content, boxes - rounded-sm (4px): nested leaves (menu items, checkboxes, kbd/code nubs) Changes: - New SegmentedControl primitive (pill-in-pill tablist, h-8) replaces the hand-rolled bg-muted/70 tablist copied across 11 files - New ToolbarSearch primitive (pill, h-8) adopted on 9 page toolbars; dialog/picker searches keep the rounded-lg Input - dialog.tsx 8px -> 12px, matching SettingsModal/slide-over/CommandPalette - ContextPicker chips at the shared h-8 toolbar height - ~300 rounded-md / bare rounded call sites remapped by role; auth icon tiles and the mobile nav sheet come down from 16px to 12px - rounded-md, bare rounded, rounded-2xl and rounded-[Npx] are dead vocabulary, enforced by a new off-ladder-radius check in check:guards Verified: lint 0 errors, 14422 unit tests pass, check:guards green, tsc clean on all changed files, sandbox screenshots of transactions/ bookkeeping/granskning toolbars and the Ny verifikation dialog. feat(empty-states): startkort on six pages with strata imagery (#1603)
Replace the true-empty states on Kundfakturor, Transaktioner, Underlag, Loner, Bokforing and Skattekonto with StartCard: a self-contained dark hero (image-derived ground baked into the strata render, white primary CTA) that says what the page can do instead of what is missing. Primary CTAs lead with the connect/setup action per page (bank via PSD2 deep link, mailboxes, Skatteverket, migration import); filtered/search empty states and viewer fallbacks keep the old compact states. Design signed off in the Startkort prototype iterations 2026-08-13. refactor(design): no amber boxes, attention is one ochre sentence (#1562)
The founder wants the yellow boxes gone everywhere. The design system already agreed: status colors are data, not chrome (convention 12) and attention is a single ochre sentence, never a banner (convention 6). This enforces it: - ConfirmationDialog: the amber warning panel is now an AttnLine, and the hardcoded Swedish default warningText is gone: it injected an immutability warning into dialogs whose authors never asked for one (every current caller passes the prop explicitly, so no behavior change at any call site). - Badge warning variant: amber fill replaced with a hairline chip and ochre text. - DestructiveConfirmDialog warning variant: neutral icon disc, default primary confirm button (only --destructive survives as chrome). - BankSyncStatusChip stale state: same neutral shape as the healthy chip, ochre text carries the signal. - SandboxBanner: solid amber bar becomes secondary-on-border chrome. - BankIdAuth, BankIdCompanyPicker, SessionTimeoutModal: the last three raw-amber (bg-amber-*) holdouts moved onto tokens, the company-picker banner becoming a plain AttnLine. - Mechanical sweep of the ~58 hand-rolled bg-warning/border-warning boxes across 45 files: fills to bg-muted/30 (icon discs bg-muted), borders to border-border, text-warning-foreground to text-attn. The account-class dots in account-number.tsx keep bg-warning: they are data indicators, not chrome. fix(design): keep sortable table headers uppercase (#1558)
The sortable headers on /bookkeeping and /invoices wrap their label in a button, and preflight's text-transform: none on buttons swallowed the uppercase from TH_CLASS, so sorted lists showed sentence-case heads next to every other table's uppercase idiom. Re-apply uppercase on the sort control itself. Co-authored-by: Jakob Wennberg <311770904+jakobwennberg-oss@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(ui): prev/next record navigation on detail pages (#1530)
* feat(ui): prev/next record navigation on detail pages Customer feedback: stepping between invoices in a reskontra (56 -> 57 -> 58) required going back to the list for every record. List pages now write their full ordered id array to sessionStorage when a row is opened (Accounted:list-context:<scope>:<companyId>), and the detail pages for kundfakturor, leverantorsfakturor, and verifikat show a compact prev/next pager (chevrons + 'n av m') next to the back control. ArrowLeft/ArrowRight step too, except while typing in a text field or while a dialog is open. Navigation uses router.replace so 'tillbaka' returns to the list in one step. Deep links and new tabs have no context: the pager hides and pages behave as before. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pager): overlay-aware arrow guard, notes-draft safety, context on Visa detaljer Review fixes on the detail-record pager: - The keyboard guard matched any mounted [role=dialog], so the agent sheet (which stays mounted display:none once opened) killed arrow paging for the rest of the tab session, while open dropdown menus did not block at all. The guard now mirrors the AgentSheet Esc selector (data-state="open" variants incl. alertdialog and radix menu/select/listbox content) and also yields while focus sits inside a dialog/menu/listbox container. Extracted as pure functions in lib/hooks/detail-pager-guards.ts so the rules are testable in the node test environment. - Arrow keys could unmount the verifikat page and destroy an unsaved notes draft once the textarea lost focus. useDetailPager and DetailPager now take a keyboard flag, and the verifikat page disables keyboard paging while editingNotes is active; the chevron buttons stay live. - The expanded-row Visa detaljer link in JournalEntryList navigated without writing the list context, producing stale pager snapshots; it now calls rememberListContext like the voucher link. - ListContext.listPath was written and strictly validated but never consumed: removed from the interface, all writers, and the read validation. Reads stay tolerant of extra properties so contexts stored by older builds still parse. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(pager): quiet wayfinding strip instead of buttons in the title cluster The pager sat between the back arrow and the H1, which read as a toolbar of three boxed buttons and made the title jump horizontally per record. All three detail pages now share the verifikat page's pattern: a muted back text-link on the left and the pager right-aligned on the same quiet row. The pager itself drops to 16px glyphs, muted ink, and hides when the list context holds a single record. feat(invoices): bulk Bokfor, per-view filter counts, review-queue draft CTA (#1533)
* feat(invoices): bulk Bokfor, per-view filter counts, review-queue draft CTA Customer feedback: MCP-created invoices land in Granskning and then sit as unnumbered drafts that each need individual issuance, and the list filter gives no signal about where the work is. - New POST /api/invoices/bulk-book: drafts get an F-number + mark-sent semantics (no email) and book inline when the company books at issue; sent/overdue unbooked invoices get the deferred /book semantics. Sequential loop keeps voucher numbers ordered; per-item Swedish errors. - Extracted the shared cores into lib/invoices/issue-and-book-invoice.ts and lib/invoices/book-invoice-deferred.ts, now used by the per-id mark-sent and book routes AND the bulk loop, so they cannot drift. Per-id route behavior unchanged (existing route tests untouched, green). - Invoice list: multi-select with hover-reveal checkboxes (supplier-invoices shape), bulkbar with mode-aware action label, ConfirmationDialog with a draft/sent breakdown, one aggregate toast. Kontantmetoden hides selection entirely. - ContextPicker: count annotations on every status view via the one shared predicate (counts always match rows), active view written back to the URL (?status=) for shareable views. No seg/chip row: founder-locked pattern. - Granskning: after a bulk approve that committed create_invoice ops, the summary toast links to /invoices?status=draft to finish with bulk Bokfor. Verified: npm run lint clean, npm test 13845 passed, npm run check:guards passed. New tests: bulk-book route (11), issueAndBookInvoice (7), bookInvoiceDeferred (7). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): bulk-book review findings, deferred drafts, dupes, URL params - Deferred-booking companies (accrual + defer_invoice_booking): a draft in bulk-book no longer gets silently ISSUED (F-number consumed, marked sent, invoice.sent emitted) while reporting status 'booked' with a null journal_entry_id. The draft branch now requires booksInvoicesOnIssue(); otherwise the item fails per-row with the new INVOICE_BOOK_DEFERRED_DRAFT code (Swedish + English) before the invoice is touched. - Duplicate ids in one request no longer double-book: the second iteration read the stale pre-loop snapshot, passed the already-booked check, and minted a voucher the CAS claim then cancelled (cancelled verifikat + gap explanation per duplicate). Ids are deduped before the loop. - Bulkbar: the select-all link is hidden when the current view has no selectable rows; "Markera alla (0)" only wiped the existing selection. - Invoice dialog open/close handlers (new invoice, self-billed, ROT/RUT payout) rewrite only their own query keys instead of hardcoding '/invoices', so the ?status= view write-back survives them. - /pending: the "Bokfor utkasten" toast CTA is suppressed for kontantmetod and deferred-booking companies where the invoice list offers no draft bulk Bokfor (dead end); the neutral hint sentence stays. Tests: deferred-draft rejection (asserts issueAndBookInvoice never called, sent invoice in the same batch still books) and duplicate-id dedupe (exactly one booking call); both fail without the route fix. feat(invoices): expose the automatic reminder kill switch in settings (#1476)
* feat(invoices): expose the automatic reminder kill switch in settings The send_invoice_reminders column, API schema, and cron processor check already existed, but no UI ever exposed the toggle. Add a switch in Settings -> Fakturering (day thresholds fold away when off, values preserved), and make the invoice detail Paminnelser card say reminders are off instead of promising emails that will never be sent. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): do not assume reminders enabled before settings load CodeRabbit finding on PR 1476: with no company_settings row loaded, the Paminnelser card defaulted to promising the reminder schedule. Track the toggle as boolean | null and render no schedule text until the settings row has actually resolved. refactor(ui): migrate remaining inline pages to the concept design language (#1470)
* refactor(ui): migrate remaining inline pages to the concept design language Catch-up pass for surfaces the 2026-07 UI migration missed: - Bankavstämning: de-boxed toolbar, dry-table sections (preview, omatchade verifikationer, ignorerade, matchade), instructional copy moved behind the page "?" (HelpPopover via FocusedReport, sv+en), AttnLine for the dirty- dates hint, EmptyState for the blank page, space-y-8 rhythm. - Report detail views (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, resultat-/balansrapport, reskontror, huvudbok, grundbok, dimension-P&L): shared Skeleton/Error/EmptyState shells, border-2 totals bands flattened to hairline cards with font-display tabular-nums headline numbers, ReportSectionTable rebuilt on the group-band idiom, font-mono money -> tabular-nums, house tablist for Förenklad/Detaljerad, GL filter de-boxed onto Input primitives, verdicts follow chips-mark-exceptions. - Extensions browse: PageHeader, locked section headers, rounded-lg secondary icon tiles, flat hover shift on cards, p-6 content. - Återkommande fakturor: page-level list moved off ui/table onto dry-table with hover-revealed quiet row actions; Skeleton loading. - Help: EmptyState for no search hits, flat hover shift on resource links. - Chart of accounts: spinner loading blocks -> Skeleton rows. - Kunskap graph + salary calendar popovers: rounded-lg, Input/Textarea primitives instead of hand-rolled shadow-sm controls. No logic, endpoint, or data changes. Verified via sandbox screenshots; lint 0 errors, 13214 tests green. fix(providers): surface migration step errors; INK2 SRU 7104; non-modal invoice dialog (#1465)
* feat(mileage): körjournal with milersättning booking, MCP tools and CSV export New mileage_trips table (RLS, booked-delete trigger per BFL retention), lib/mileage service reusing the payroll schablon rates, /api/mileage routes (trips CRUD, period booking to 7331, salary-run push, körjournal CSV), Körjournal dashboard page + nav, and three staged MCP tools (search-only catalog). Trips book as one verifikat per period via the engine; salary path inserts mileage_taxfree line items. mileage_trips classified in the full-archive export. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(mileage): use shared roundOre helper per tightened ratchet baseline Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mileage): pending_operations op-type migration + Swedish review findings - New migration pair adds log_mileage_trip/book_mileage_period to the pending_operations operation_type CHECK (pg-real audit). - bookMileagePeriod refuses a period spanning several employees and names the employee in the verifikationstext when scoped (BFL motpart). - vehicle_registration required for förmånsbil trips (schema, service, MCP staging, UI surfaces the field). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mileage): claim-first booking, CSV injection guard and driver column - bookMileagePeriod claims trips (draft to booked CAS) before creating the verifikat, so a concurrent second booking loses the race instead of double-booking; claim reverts if verifikat creation fails. - Körjournal CSV neutralizes formula-injection triggers (OWASP) and adds a Förare column naming the employee per trip. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mileage): resolve CodeRabbit + Swedish review round: race, drift and hardening - Copying a round trip no longer re-doubles the stored distance. - pushMileageToSalaryRun claims trips before inserting line items (retry can no longer double-pay); CLAIM_LOST replaces misleading NO_TRIPS on lost races. - Booked trips are DB-immutable via a BEFORE UPDATE trigger (new migration 20260807113215): only claim/link/revert transitions and notes edits pass. - Cross-year periods rejected (schablon rates are per calendar year); payroll config year read from the date string, not TZ-dependent getFullYear(). - MCP staged bookings freeze the previewed trip set (trip_ids in params) and the commit fails on drift; validation errors return 400, not 500. - PATCH enforces the förmånsbil regnr rule on the effective row; export validates dates before they reach the Content-Disposition header; employee_id is verified company-scoped on trip creation; stale orphaned claims released. - UI: fetch flags reset in finally; ICU plural for draft summary; distance stored at the column's 1-decimal precision. - Tests: [id] route suite, pushMileageToSalaryRun suite, claim-race, drift, cross-year and update-trigger pg cases. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mileage): revert-to-draft must clear salary_run_id at the trigger level New migration 20260807114924 replaces the booked-immutability function: a booked -> draft revert now rejects rows keeping salary_run_id, closing the DB-level double-pay path CodeRabbit flagged. pg test pins both directions; the CLAIM_LOST unit test now asserts the revert. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mileage): company-scope employee_id on PATCH (Superagent P2) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(mileage): valid v4 uuid in cross-company employee PATCH test Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(providers): surface migration step errors instead of silent empty syncs A Visma company without the API module activated (403 ErrorCode 4002, "No access to module: api_standard") failed every provider call during migration, yet the wizard reported success with zero rows and mapped the 403 to "reconnect", which loops forever since OAuth succeeds against Visma's shared identity server. A real user burned time re-syncing and reconnecting, then filed the config issue as a bug. - New PROVIDER_API_MODULE_INACTIVE code; classifyProviderError reads the error body and recognizes the module error before the 403 to AUTH_EXPIRED mapping. Registry entry carries the remediation in Swedish and English (activate the API under Appar och tillagg, paid add-on on smaller plans, clear standardforetag, SIE fallback). - Orchestrator: connection-level failures (auth expired, license missing, module inactive) rethrow and abort the doomed run so /migrate answers with the typed code; other step failures stay non-fatal but land on results.stepErrors instead of only in server logs. - /preview fails fast on the two subscription codes so the user reads the remediation at connect time, before any sync. - Wizard: preview treats the new code like the Fortnox license case (CTA + SIE fallback); the result step renders error cards per cause and says "Migrering delvis genomford" instead of "Allt ar uppdaterat"; the completion toast is honest on partial failure. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ink2): SRU field 1.1 is 7104, not 7113 (Skatteverket rejects 7113) The INK2 huvudblankett code for 1.1 Overskott av naringsverksamhet is 7104 per Skatteverket's official 2025P4 faltkoder (INK2_SKV2002-33-01-24-04). We emitted 7113, which does not exist on INK2, so filoverforing rejected every profitable company's BLANKETTER.SRU with 'UPPGIFT 7113 ar inte ett giltigt postnamn' (reported by a user for FY 2024-10-07..2025-12-31). Underskott (7114) was already correct. The wrong code originated in the swedish-sru-filing skill reference; fixed there too and regenerated the atom seed. All other emitted INK2/INK2R/INK2S codes verified against the official 2025P4 lists. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): keep the AI chat usable over the new-invoice dialog The new-invoice dialog was a modal Radix dialog: modal mode sets body pointer-events: none, aria-hidden on body siblings, and a focus trap, so the agent sheet (z-60, painted above the dialog) was visible but dead: clicks swallowed, input unfocusable, and all three dismiss paths preventDefaulted, leaving no way out except the header X. Now non-modal: page modality is restored by hand instead. A new DialogVeil primitive supplies the backdrop (Radix renders no overlay in non-modal mode) at z-40, under dialog content (z-50) and the agent sheet (z-60), and inert on #dash-shell blocks pointer, keyboard, and AT access to the page behind while the sheet (a body-level sibling) stays live. The lazy-load fallback dialog on /invoices gets the same treatment so a hung or 404'd chunk cannot dead-lock the route. feat(invoices): quarterly, half-yearly and yearly recurring invoice schedules (#1438)
* fix(mcp): offer the link tool in the uncategorized-transactions VAT blocker The gnubok_vat_close_check blocker hint only named categorize/auto-match, both of which create new bookkeeping. For a transaction whose affarshandelse is already booked on an existing verifikat, following the hint would double-book, so agents dead-ended the case into "contact support" (2026-08-06 support mail from Orto Engineering). The hint now also names gnubok_link_transaction_to_journal_entry, is extracted as an exported constant pinned by a test, and the tool joins the categorize_month recommended loadout. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): quarterly, half-yearly and yearly recurring schedules User request: recurring invoice schedules only supported monthly cadence. Adds interval_months (SMALLINT 1-12, default 1) to recurring_invoice_schedules; the UI offers manadsvis/kvartalsvis/ halvarsvis/arsvis presets while API and MCP accept any 1-12. The cron advances next_run_date by whole intervals from the due date, and the new rollNextRunDateForward() helper rolls missed or edited interval schedules on their own month grid so a quarterly Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct schedule missed in an outage rolls Jan 15 to Apr 15, never Feb 15. Monthly (interval 1) keeps its existing today-anchored recompute semantics unchanged. Changing the interval alone never touches next_run_date: the new cadence applies from the next run, so an edit can never pull a send earlier. Existing rows default to 1 and behave byte-identically. The MCP slice of this feature (interval_months on the three recurring-schedule tools in server.ts) was committed in d2600907f alongside the VAT-blocker hint fix by a parallel session sharing this worktree. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): address PR #1438 review findings CodeRabbit round 1, all three findings: - MCP descriptions now state the full accepted interval range (any integer 1-12) instead of enumerating only the 1/3/6/12 presets, and qualify that changing ONLY interval_months leaves next_run_date untouched. - assertValidCadence rejects fractional day_of_month. - rollNextRunDateForward rejects calendar-invalid anchors that pass the shape regex (2026-13-05, 2026-02-31), with regression tests. fix(invoices): resolve ROT/RUT strings and hide the payout action when it does not apply (#1429)
The ROT/RUT payout feature shipped in #1380 with all 44 of its strings written into the invoice_editor namespace, while RotRutPayoutDialog and the invoices page both read useTranslations('invoices'). next-intl falls back to rendering the key path, so production showed literal "invoices.rot_rut_payout_title" text where every label should be, and the header button read "invoices.rot_rut_payout_action". Move the keys to the invoices namespace, textually rather than through a JSON round trip: the message files contain duplicate keys that JSON.parse/stringify would silently drop. Three other dialogs had the same namespace mismatch and are fixed the same way, by adding the strings they reference to the namespace they read from (TemplateBookDialog reads bookkeeping, Correction/StrikeLines read journal_detail). Add i18n/__tests__/message-keys.test.ts, which resolves every literal t() key in app/, components/ and extensions/ against both locales. next-intl has no build-time check and degrades by rendering the key path, so this class of bug reaches users silently otherwise. Also gate the payout action. Begäran om utbetalning (Lag 2009:194 8 §) only concerns companies selling ROT/RUT-eligible work to consumers, so the header button now appears only when the company has invoiced a deduction or has opted into ROT/RUT in tax settings. The flag comes from the company_settings row the page already fetches for ore_rounding, so there is no extra request. ?rot-rut=1 still opens the dialog. feat(invoices): invoice list column sorting and row-level status styling (#1375)
* feat(invoices): add column sorting and row-level status styling to invoice list Client-side sorting on number, customer, due date, amount and status with Swedish collation, null-last ordering and stable date/id tie-breaks. Status chips move to the shared RowStatus descriptor so normal states stay muted and exceptions carry semantic color. Invoice fetch now pages past the PostgREST 1000-row cap via fetchAllRows so sorting covers the full list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(invoices): make rounded-amount sort assertions non-degenerate Distinct rounded totals now prove the comparator orders by displayed value; the rounded tie case is kept as an explicit tie-breaker test since integer rounding is monotonic and can only create ties, never reorder. feat(invoices): ROT/RUT payout file dialog and file guards (#1380)
* feat(invoices): ROT/RUT payout file dialog and file guards Rebuild the UI for the existing headless HUS V6 payout-file flow (demanded via #789): a dialog on the invoices page to pick eligible paid ROT/RUT invoices, generate the XML, download it and track request status. Adds file-level guards from the Skatteverket spec: future payment dates blocked, one file per payment year, max 100 cases per file, with per-invoice blocker messages. Submission stays manual (upload + sign in the SKV e-service); no direct submission API exists. Fixes #789 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): compute rot-rut gating date in Europe/Stockholm The candidate and begäran date defaults used the UTC calendar day, which near midnight Swedish time could wrongly block or admit an invoice via FUTURE_PAYMENT_DATE and shift the 31 January deadline warning. Use getSwedishLocalDate() like the bookkeeping engine. Raised by the Swedish compliance review on PR #1380. refactor(ui): system hygiene sweep from the UI craft audit (#1281)
Raw palette: SalaryCalendar was the only file in the salary cluster still on bg-red-100 / text-amber-800 style classes, with zero dark: variants, so every absence pill rendered paper-white on a near-black page. All 30 are now alpha-over-token on the semantic scale, which needs no dark: variant (the approach badge.tsx already takes). Eight absence types share four tones, so fill carries a second axis: filled vs outlined separates the types whose Lucide icon is identical (Heart is parental, pregnancy and care_relative; Activity is study and other_leave). Primitives: - select and dropdown-menu now scale from their trigger via the Radix transform-origin variables instead of from their own middle. Dialog stays centred: modals are not anchored to a trigger. - toast used fade-out-80, the one animate-* class with no @utility in globals.css, so --tw-exit-opacity fell back to 1 and the toast slid away at full opacity. Enter and exit now also share one path per breakpoint (top on mobile where the viewport is a full-width bar, right on desktop where it is a corner card) using max-sm:/sm: rather than stacking both, which would have produced a diagonal. - slide-over exited on ease-in, which delays the moment the user has already decided to leave; it enters on the drawer curve and now leaves on it too. - progress animated transition-all where only transform changes. - One app-wide TooltipProvider in the root layout. skipDelayDuration is provider-scoped, so a provider per instance meant the grace window could never fire and every account number in a huvudbok re-paid the full 200ms. Also: nine hand-rolled animate-pulse placeholders in three different greys to the Skeleton primitive, 25 CardTitle text-lg to the locked text-base, two always-on chips to muted text (a chip on every row is not an exception), the three extensions titles onto the display face, the help filter chips onto pill geometry, and the dead border-border/60 on the /import row. fix(ui): reach touch-only actions, confirm before posting, drop a dead ring (#1280)
* fix(ui): reach touch-only actions, confirm before posting, drop a dead ring Three defects from the UI craft audit where the interface is wrong, not just inconsistent. Unreachable on touch: 'Markera klar' on deadlines and the bulk-select checkbox on /pending were 'opacity-0 group-hover:opacity-100'. Coarse pointers never fire hover and DeadlineForm has no completion control, so on a phone there was no way to mark a deadline done at all. Factored the reveal into HOVER_REVEAL_CLASS, which adds pointer-coarse:opacity-100. Unguarded ledger writes: 'Bokför' on the journal-entry detail page and on the invoice detail page posted an immutable verifikat on one click, one screen after the list confirmed the identical action. Both now open a ConfirmDialog describing the outcome up front (convention 10), reusing the list's indicative voucher-number prefetch. Dead ring: SummaryCard emitted ring-1 ring-primary/40 and ring-1 ring-warning/40 on the same element, so the two set the same custom property and one silently lost. The override is an exception, so it is a Badge now (conventions 5 and 12). Also corrects the design.md primitives table, which named ui/table.tsx as the data-table primitive while 17 files use ui/dry-table.tsx; building a list page from the documented row produced ~15% taller rows and a different hover tint, which had already happened twice. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): let the post-confirm dialog close after a successful commit ConfirmDialog calls onOpenChange(false) immediately after `await onConfirm()` resolves, but handleCommit/handleBook clear their in-flight flag in a `finally` block, so the guard's closure still saw isCommitting/isUpdating as true and swallowed the close: the dialog would sit open over a booking that had already succeeded. The guard was redundant as well as wrong. ConfirmDialog already blocks Radix-initiated closes while pending, via `onOpenChange={(next) => !pending && onOpenChange(next)}` on the Dialog itself. Passing the setter directly matches every other dialog on both pages. feat(invoices): preview invoices and underlag in the browser instead of downloading (#1228)
Reviewing an invoice or a verifikat bilaga meant saving a file and opening it from the Downloads folder (user request, christian@odinaero.se 2026-07-25). - GET /api/invoices/[id]/pdf accepts ?disposition=inline and serves the PDF for in-browser review; anything else keeps the download behaviour every existing caller relies on. The filename still travels in the header, so the browser viewer's own save action produces the same name as the download button, and nosniff pins the content type. - The invoice detail page gets a "Förhandsgranska" action next to "Ladda ner PDF". It resolves the document through the same resolveInvoicePdfSource path as the download, so preview cannot become the shortcut that presents a re-render as the invoice the customer received: the archived delivery wins, a re-render is shown with its caveat, and an unreadable delivery history still asks instead of guessing. The archive dialog now remembers whether the user asked to view or to save, and its fallback does that. - DocumentViewButton (supplier-invoice underlag, staged agent previews) points at the existing /api/documents/:id/inline proxy, so bilagor render in the browser. Navigation now happens straight from the click, so the signed-URL fetch and its popup-blocker workaround are gone. - The three re-render caveat strings and the two archive-dialog descriptions lose their "you downloaded" wording so they stay true for both actions; five new keys in sv + en. Tests: route cases for the default, inline and unknown disposition values; invoiceRerenderUrl cases for both modes and id encoding. npm test 11364 passed, lint 0 errors. Button row screenshotted against the design system (pill outline, Eye icon) via a temporary sandbox route. Closes #1190 Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise, while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production. Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that are not repeated. userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger. State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row, consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing. provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client. provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up. Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before the scoped check ran. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A) The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in 20260416120000; this bucket was left behind. Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining legacy prefix objects. The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail the whole query instead of filtering the row out. deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to erase. The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and SHA-256 identical before repointing the row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user had been removed from the company kept reading. Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error strings with the canonical envelope. Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every other v1 read endpoint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and had become the top application consumer of production database time: measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at 7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on the booking path. PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side instead turns that into two indexed round trips. Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling. Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead, since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows. commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column, which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped on the newest rows indefinitely. The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap; the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly. ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change sort semantics on the route that currently works. Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had them. The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters, because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a write that never happened. dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write, and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to 5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0. Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the full tree. The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the lockfile, never workflow files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily. Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which settles the intent. documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession: the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention. webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line place to change that. A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list, and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they are named rather than silently rotting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email. This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined by next.config.ts. Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry personnummer and financial data. verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible. The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not forwarded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md. Structural roots closed: - resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking 1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING - ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document, not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed - sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed - tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all four baselines now empty - three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import, ungated-extension-route Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap), RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/ Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites with isSwedishUserMessage extended. Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice, recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep work and are verified green together. 13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge. 20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres). Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0 errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and ~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass: - replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid() (impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo - bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns - credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no cross-tenant figures in exception text - link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end - personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE - same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse - receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts - period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap - documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping - invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression), duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran - match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat) - refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window) - KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint - personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools - worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths - MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk - observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True, cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings call removed) Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests * fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215 pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() = 'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text, reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved. Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column, and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no longer renders as already filed. Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern (all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215 - restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch - replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap warning texts and update the pinned test expectations - drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment - strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation. feat(ui): rest-of-nav 1 — Viktiga datum, Skattekonto, Periodiseringar, Import to the concept language (#1140)
* feat(ui): concept scenes 17/24/32/33 for Viktiga datum, Skattekonto, Periodiseringar and Import (rest-of-nav 1) Viktiga datum: thread rows with type-icon circles behind a type seg (Alla/Skatt/Fakturering/Egna), Narmast countdown pane, Ny deadline lifted to the page header, both banners replaced by one AttnLine, mark-done via ConfirmDialog. DeadlineCard/DeadlineFilters die; DeadlineRow is the row. Skattekonto: card-less saldo hero with OCR + quiet copy, shortfall AttnLine computed from the next drain date with a betalningsuppgifter dialog (bankgiro 5050-1055 + OCR), one dry-table with Kommande/Forfallna/ Genomforda band rows, chips only on unbooked genomforda rows, quiet hover actions. Tabs and per-row badge noise are gone; the concept's Saldo column is dropped because SKV stores no per-row running balance. Periodiseringar: banner becomes an AttnLine with inline Bokfor forfallna (now confirm-first), house seg with Aktiva count, dry-table with muted normal states and animated RowFoldout for installments, Los upp nu as a quiet hover link through the shared ConfirmDialog. Import: tabs collapse into one two-column row list (Importera | Exportera) in the concept row language; SIE export moves into a small dialog and Molnsynkronisering folds the CloudBackupCard open in place. The /import?view=export#sie-export and /import#cloud-backup deep links keep working. Sandbox notice is an AttnLine. All four pages get stagger-enter, a help popover behind ? and sv+en keys for every new string. 9189 tests green, lint clean, guards pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(ui): align dashboard loading skeletons with the migrated page silhouettes Folds in the parallel WIP from this checkout at the founder's request: every loading.tsx under (dashboard) now mirrors its migrated page row-for-row (24px title block, pill actions, borderless table heads, single-line rows), and the shared (dashboard)/loading.tsx takes Hem's greeting + Att gora silhouette. Also lands the pending DECISIONS.md lines (onboarding swap plan note + rest-of-nav 1 deviations). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * polish(ui): authority logos, stat-tile skattekonto hero, quieter type on rest-of-nav 1 Viktiga datum: statutory deadlines wear the receiving authority's mark (Skatteverket for tax dates, Bolagsverket for arsredovisning/arsstamma) as a small badge on white; other deadlines keep the neutral type icons. Row dates go muted, titles drop font-medium, the Narmast countdown steps down to the house text-4xl display scale. Skattekonto: the 32px serif hero becomes two compact metric tiles in the KPIHeroCards idiom (saldo with the Skatteverket mark + OCR meta, nasta dragning with date and event count), matching how numbers read on the migrated pages. Periodiseringar: chevron column dropped; rows expand on click exactly like the verifikat list. Import: provider logo chips return on Hamta fran annat system (live- version parity) and Koppla bank carries the Enable Banking mark. Adds skatteverket(_color), bolagsverket, enable-banking plus claude/ anthropic marks (for future use) under public/logos/. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * polish(ui): keep Importera and Exportera as separate tabs on the import page Founder feedback: the merged two-column landing goes back to the familiar split. The house seg switches between the Importera rows and the Exportera rows (SIE 4 dialog + Molnsynkronisering fold), ?view=export selects the export tab again and the hash deep links flip to it before opening their surface. Row language and logo chips stay. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): readable Enable Banking mark and full-width skattekonto The enable-banking.webp is the full stacked logo in white-on-transparent: invisible on the light chip and mush at 16px. The chip now uses a cropped 368px icon square (enable-banking-icon.png) with the marketing site's grayscale+brightness treatment in light mode and a white lift in dark. Skattekonto loses its max-w-3xl cap so the table stretches the content column exactly like Bokforing and Transaktioner; the saldo tiles take KPI-card width (lg:grid-cols-4). Import's tab columns stretch too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): address review-bot findings on rest-of-nav 1 CodeRabbit triage, all three confirmed real: the Bokfor forfallna attn action is hidden for read-only users instead of rendering a no-op link; a failed deadline edit rethrows so the form stays open with the user's input; authority marks are reserved for statutory (system-generated) deadlines: a manual tax-category deadline keeps the neutral icon. Compliance swarm's two high findings verified clean, no change needed: /api/bookkeeping/accruals/:id/dissolve and /api/deadlines/:id (+ /complete) all run through withRouteContext with company_id scoping and 404 on miss. feat(home): concept Hem with Att göra + Fortsätt (UI migration PR 11) (#1132)
* feat(home): concept scene 14: greeting + Att gora/Fortsatt panes Hem becomes the founder-approved two-panel layout: serif time-of-day greeting with date and company, the Att gora worklist restyled to the concept pane (eyebrow header, h-rows with count chips, hover chevrons) and a new Fortsatt pane listing in-progress work derived purely from draft state (lib/worklist/resume: journal drafts, invoice drafts/unsent, mid-lifecycle salary runs; deadline boost, cap 3, tested). A completed flow can never render as a resume row by construction: only draft-state rows are fetched. KPI tiles, revenue/expense cards and the deadline/tax widgets leave the page per dev_docs/last_session_resume.md section 8, which also prunes their fetches (journal-line YTD aggregation, unpaid totals, deadlines): the page got faster. Banners, checklist, build-assistant hero and the Skatteverket nudge survive. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(home): serif pane titles for Att gora and Fortsatt Founder feedback: the uppercase eyebrow headers read as a stray font. Both pane titles are now the Hedvig display serif (text-lg) over the hairline, matching the page's heading language; the band headers inside Att gora keep their small uppercase form as grouping devices. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(home): Geist pane titles for Att gora and Fortsatt Founder call: the pane titles use the body sans (14px medium), not the display serif. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): Geist section headers + drop stale-transactions chip Founder feedback: pane/section headers (Att gora, Fortsatt, the reports groups Lopande/Bokslut/Skatt & moms etc) render in Geist sentence case instead of uppercase eyebrows or serif. The global h1-h3 display-font rule moves into @layer base so utility classes like font-sans can actually override it (unlayered element rules beat Tailwind's layered utilities: this was silently eating the override). Also removes the 'N aldre an 14 dagar' chip from the Bokfora transaktioner row and its stale-count plumbing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(ui): continuous nav crossfade + floating slide-over entrance The rail/full nav states now stay mounted and crossfade past each other (the inactive layer absolute, faded, nudged sideways, inert) while the aside width animates: the switch reads as one continuous motion instead of a DOM swap. The detail slide-over floats in from the right edge (slide-in-from-right-full, 300ms decelerating curve) per the concept, with a quicker ease-in exit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): make transitions and enter/exit animations actually run Two silent app-wide animation killers found while chasing 'the nav still is not smooth': 1. The codebase uses the shadcn animate-in/out vocabulary everywhere but no animate plugin was ever installed: Tailwind v4 silently dropped every such class, so popovers, dialogs, menus and the slide-over all appeared instantly. globals.css now defines the exact subset in use (accEnter/accExit keyframes + var-driven utilities), plugin-free, composing with duration/ease via --tw-duration/--tw-ease and collapsing under prefers-reduced-motion. Dialog drops its bracket-variant slide classes (zoom+fade carries the entrance). 2. The scrollbar auto-hide block's universal '* { transition: scrollbar-color ... }' was unlayered, and unlayered rules beat Tailwind's layered transition-* utilities regardless of specificity: every width/margin/color transition in the app was dead. The rule now lives in @layer base. Verified: the aside animates 248->64 over 300ms and the slide-over runs accEnter at 0.3s with the decelerating curve. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): finish the rr-mask session-replay masking sweep Main's #1105 switched one amount cell from the no-op sensitive-field class to rr-mask (rrweb's built-in text-masking class). The reskinned tables introduced more sensitive-field cells; all 12 occurrences now use rr-mask so financial amounts are masked in session replays. feat(invoices): concept customer-invoice list (UI migration PR 7) (#1128)
* feat(invoices): concept scene 15 for the customer invoice list Kundfakturor becomes the concept dry-table: Nr, Kund, Forfaller, Belopp and ONE derivable status chip per row (Utkast/Ej skickad/Skickad/Forfallen N dgr/Betald datum/Delbetald/Kredit/Makulerad). The eight tabs collapse to the seg [Alla/Obetalda/Forfallna (n)/Utkast] with the low-frequency views (Proforma, Foljesedlar, Kreditfakturor, Makulerade) behind a quiet 'Fler ...' menu, plus search and the FyPicker far right. Create paths collapse into the Ny faktura split button (Ny/Aterkommande/Sjalvfaktura, last-used mode persisted); sjalvfaktura preselects the editor's tab via ?new=1&self=1. The summary line under the header is dropped per the plan. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): status views behind one chip-picker Founder direction: the Alla/Obetalda/Forfallna/Utkast seg and the 'Fler ...' menu collapse into a single status ContextPicker chip with the overdue count on the trigger and as a row annotation. All eight views, same filtering semantics. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): audit round: Betalda view, viewer states, deep links Regression-audit fixes: the Betalda view returns as a status-picker row (it existed on main and was dropped in the seg redesign); the create options render disabled with the viewer tooltip for read-only members instead of silently no-opping; and the page answers ?status=/?tab= deep links again (the Att gora worklist links /invoices?status=unpaid). feat(ui): shared migration primitives (UI migration PR 3) (#1122)
* feat(ui): shared migration primitives (UI migration PR 3) The component kit every page migration (PR 4-8) builds on: - ContextPicker: the one-per-page chip-dropdown context scope (convention 8), right-aligned popover with checks and muted annotations - FyPicker: fiscal-year picker on ContextPicker with the same controlled API and per-company localStorage key as FiscalYearSelector, which it replaces page by page from PR 4 - SplitButton: primary + caret menu, last-used mode persisted per user via ui_state.create_mode (lib/ui-state/client, unit-tested); nav persistence refactored onto the same helper - ConfirmDialog: centered min-460px confirm-up-front dialog (convention 10) with pending state on an awaitable onConfirm - HelpPopover: 17px "?" after the H1 opening an anchored popover (convention 7); PageHeader gets a `help` slot - AttnLine: the one-ochre-sentence attention pattern (convention 6) with optional inline action; new AA-safe --attn token pair - RowStatus: chips-mark-exceptions helper (convention 5) - SlideOver: right review panel, 480px, 18px inset, rounded, veil + Esc (convention 13), with header kicker / body / footer slots - Stagger: .stagger-enter applied to the five target pages' list containers (bookkeeping, transactions, pending, invoices, supplier-invoices); structural loading.tsx added for supplier-invoices, customers, kpi, pending, deadlines No page adopts the new pickers/dialogs yet: that is PR 4-8, one page per PR against this kit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): FyPicker chip must not double the Rakenskapsar label Real fiscal periods are often named "Rakenskapsar 2026" already; only prefix the label when the period name lacks it. feat(ui): frame-layout shell, pill buttons, 24px page titles (UI migration PR 1) (#1117)
* feat(ui): frame-layout shell, pill buttons, 24px page titles (UI migration PR 1) The visual shell from the concept, zero behavior change: - New --frame token pair (40 18% 96% light / 0 0% 5% dark); the dashboard wrapper is bg-frame and <main> becomes a rounded 12px panel with its own inner scroll (md-gated; mobile keeps document flow + bottom nav) - Sidebar goes borderless/transparent on the frame - Buttons are pills app-wide (radius 99px, default 7px/16px padding, 13px text, icon buttons become circles), set once in components/ui/button.tsx - PageHeader locked at exactly 24px/32px Hedvig serif - MainContainer resets panel scroll on route change (Next's window scroll-to-top never fires for an inner scroll container) - chat layout + extension workspaces switch viewport-height formulas to h-full so they fill the panel instead of overflowing it by 20px - .claude/rules/design.md rewritten with the 14 locked UI-migration conventions from dev_docs/ui_migration_plan.md Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): clamp hand-rolled page titles to the locked 24px/32px Transaktioner (TransactionStatusBar) and 13 other pages hand-roll their h1 instead of using PageHeader, so they kept text-3xl/4xl after the shell change. Clamp them all to font-display text-2xl leading-8. Onboarding heroes and headline numbers are intentionally untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): keep the frame strip above the panel on banner-less accounts <main>'s 10px top margin was the first in-flow margin inside the shell wrapper, so it collapsed through the wrapper and pushed the whole shell down, showing white body background above the panel instead of the warm frame strip (only visible on real accounts: the sandbox banner blocked the collapse). Flex containers never collapse child margins, so the shell wrappers become md:flex md:flex-col. fix: credit-note overdue countdown + voucher sequence resync after SIE import (#1069)
* fix(invoices): hide overdue countdown for credit notes in invoice list Credit notes stay in status 'sent' forever (invoices_credit_note_not_paid blocks paid states), so the relative due-date label rendered an ever-growing 'X dagar forsenad' on every issued credit note. Skip the label for rows with credited_invoice_id set. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): resync voucher_sequences counters left behind by pre-RPC SIE imports The batch SIE import path that predated import_sie_journal_entries (20260712150000) inserted vouchers with explicit numbers but never updated voucher_sequences, leaving counters behind max (year-end integrity error, duplicate-key crash on the next voucher) or missing entirely (next_voucher_number restarts at 1 and collides). Idempotent data repair: raise lagging counters to the observed max and insert missing rows attributed to the company owner. Already applied to prod and staging; replay is a no-op. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): harden voucher-sequence resync per PR review Address PR #1069 review findings: close the ON CONFLICT race by upgrading DO NOTHING to DO UPDATE with GREATEST (a row created by next_voucher_number between snapshot and insert is raised instead of left at 1), unify the voucher_number > 0 filter across both statements, and record the manual prod/staging execution timestamps as the change record (ISO 27001 A.8.32, BFNAR 2013:2 behandlingshistorik). fix: article ordering, free-text rows, invoice back-nav, onboarding resilience (#1053) (#1056)
* fix: article number ordering, free-text rows, invoice back-nav, onboarding resilience (#1053) Four fixes from Discord feedback in issue #1053: - Articles now order by article number with numeric-aware comparison ('2' before '10', unnumbered last, name tiebreak) in the invoice editor's article picker and as the register's default sort, via a shared lib/articles/sort.ts. Name order put article "1" last. - Invoice rows with no amounts (quantity 0, unit price 0) render as pure text rows on the PDF, the invoice detail page, and the review step via shared isTextLikeLine(), instead of printing "0 / 0,00 SEK / 0,00 SEK". Display-only; booking untouched. - The invoice editor navigates with router.replace after saving, so the detail page's back arrow returns to the list instead of reopening a fresh editor from history. - A transient query failure no longer reads as "no companies" / "onboarding not done": getActiveCompanyId throws CompanyContextError('resolution_failed') instead of returning null, the Edge middleware fails open on a degraded resolution (no onboarding redirect, no cookie clearing, no locale overwrite), and the dashboard page only redirects to /onboarding on a positively read incomplete/missing settings row. This is the likely cause of the completed onboarding wizard reappearing. Fixes #1053 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: CLAUDE.md tenancy line matches actual resolution order (prefs-first, cookie not read) The middleware stopped reading the gnubok-company-id cookie when user_preferences became authoritative (RLS parity); the stale doc line still described cookie-first order and misled review tooling. fix(ui): migrate remaining native confirm() calls to DestructiveConfirmDialog (#1046)
Migrates the three remaining bare confirm() sites from issue #1038 to the imperative useDestructiveConfirm() pattern already mounted on both pages: resume-autosend and run-now on the recurring-invoices page, and unapprove on the salary-run page (its dynamically assembled multi-line copy now renders as paragraphs via whitespace-pre-line on DialogDescription). Also adds a togglingId in-flight guard to togglePause, mirroring the deletingId/runningId guards from PR #1036, so the pause/resume button cannot fire a duplicate PATCH while one is pending. feat(invoices): registrera utan att bokföra + explicit Bokför-steg (#1040)
* feat(invoices): registrera utan att bokföra + explicit Bokför-steg Companies where one person registers supplier invoices / sends customer invoices while ekonomi does the actual bookkeeping had no way to split the two: under faktureringsmetoden every registration/send booked the journal entry inline. - New company setting defer_invoice_booking (default off, accrual only): registering a supplier invoice or sending/marking-sent a customer invoice creates NO journal entry. - New explicit booking routes POST /api/supplier-invoices/[id]/book and POST /api/invoices/[id]/book: create the registration/revenue entry afterwards, CAS-guarded against concurrent booking (a lost race cancels the just-posted voucher with a gap explanation), including periodisering schedules. - Detail pages show "Ej bokförd ännu" + a Bokför button for unbooked accrual invoices; the settings toggle lives under Bokföringsmetod. - mark-paid needs no changes: both payment flows already route on the journal-entry link, so an invoice still unbooked when paid gets the full cash-style entry. - The mark-sent fail-closed rollback now keys on the same gate so deferred sends are not rolled back as booking failures. Fixes #967 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): harden deferred booking after review CodeRabbit round on #1040: - CAS link guards also require a still-bookable status (and uncredited, customer side) so a concurrent mark-paid/credit cannot end up with a double-posting registration/revenue entry. - Settings reads fail closed instead of defaulting to accrual rules. - Detail pages surface the ACCRUAL_SCHEDULE_FAILED warning instead of showing plain success, and the customer page no longer stringifies structured errors into "[object Object]". - The settings form normalizes defer_invoice_booking to false under kontantmetoden so a stale flag cannot re-activate on method switch. fix(ui): use styled confirm dialog for salary and recurring-invoice destructive actions (#1036)
* fix(ui): use styled confirm dialog for salary and recurring-invoice destructive actions Replace native window.confirm() with the existing DestructiveConfirmDialog / useDestructiveConfirm() primitive at the six sites from #839: recurring invoice schedule delete, employee deactivation, salary run draft delete, remove employee from run, salary calendar bulk delete (all variant 'destructive'), and the nollkorning-to-review guard (variant 'warning'). Confirmation copy is preserved as the dialog description; new title keys added to both messages/sv.json and messages/en.json. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): lock delete and deactivate actions while the request is in flight The styled confirm dialog resolves before the DELETE settles, so the trigger button could be clicked again and fire a duplicate request. refactor(ui): design-system consistency pass over dense pages + i18n de-bloat (#961)
* refactor(ui): normalize dense pages to the locked design system Sweep of the info-dense surfaces against .claude/rules/design.md; no behavior changes, classNames and primitive adoption only. - Replace hand-rolled h1s with PageHeader (import, suppliers, kpi, salary/employees, skattekonto, settings layout) and drop the one double title (SalarySettingsContent under the settings h1) - Replace hand-rolled empty states with EmptyState (skattekonto, banking/api-keys/oauth/counterparty settings) and hand-rolled pulse divs with Skeleton (deadlines, report view loaders) - Remove semantic colors used as chrome: amber/emerald banners in AGIPanel and SkatteverketPanel, success/warning tints in kassaflodesanalys, arsredovisning and import become neutral surfaces with the tint kept on the icon only - Full-opacity borders everywhere (border-border/30-60, border-destructive/20-40, border-foreground/30, text-destructive/80) - Snap off-scale spacing (p-5 to p-6, p-2.5 to p-3, gap/mt-x.5 to scale values); KPI metric tiles p-6 to p-4 per the tile rule - Remove the mobile Select that duplicated the invoices status Tabs (TabsList already scrolls horizontally); single Tabs now serves both breakpoints - supplier-invoices: shared formatCurrency instead of a local formatAmount helper; skattekonto: formatDate/formatDateLong/ formatDateTime instead of raw dates and toLocaleString - arsredovisning flerarsoversikt converted to the Table primitive with right-aligned tabular-nums cells - Settings: CardTitle text-base on section cards, one heading idiom in AccountSettingsContent, h3 to h2 in CompanyProfileView Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(i18n): trim text bloat and fix an untranslated sv string - Fix invoice_credit.create_failed_fallback: sv catalog carried the English "Failed to create credit note"; now "Kunde inte skapa kreditfaktura". Translate new_user_checklist.step3_title in en - Drop descriptions that paraphrase their own title (design.md forbidden pattern): invoice_detail.credited_description, invoice_credit.original_card_description, invoice_editor customer/notes card descriptions (keys deleted from both catalogs, zero remaining usages); the transaction booking DialogDescription becomes sr-only so screen readers keep it - Trim redundant sentences from settings_salary.info_payroll_scope, settings_backup.intro, ext_cloud_backup_long_description, settings.name_description, salary_payments.open_payments_note and shorten invoice_credit.reason_card_description; statutory BFL/tax prose untouched - Normalize toast punctuation (dimensions/self_billing created_description lose the trailing period like their siblings) - common.delete "Radera" to "Ta bort" (zero live call sites; Radera stays reserved for irreversible account/company deletion) Catalogs verified key-identical (4795 keys each) and JSON-parseable. Add/api and invoice (#911)
* feat(salary): validate employee clearing/kontonummer at entry Bank details on the "Anställda" form had no structural validation, so a typo in clearing/kontonummer was saved silently and only surfaced at Bankgirot LB generation (or never, on the SEPA path). Adds a shared validator (lib/salary/payment/bank-account.ts) wired into the create dialog, edit page, CreateEmployeeSchema, and the PATCH route: 4-digit clearing or 5-digit Swedbank (8xxxx), 5-11 digit account, both-or-neither. Mirrors encodeReceiverAccount so entry-time validation matches what the payout layer can encode. Update validates only when a bank field actually changes, so legacy free-text data stays editable. Includes a conservative clearing to bank-name hint (null for unknown ranges). Per-bank mod10/mod11 checksum deferred to a soft-warning follow-up. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(chart-of-accounts): styled delete warnings and bulk select-all Replace the native window.confirm() on single-account delete with the styled DestructiveConfirmDialog, and add to the prune dialog a master 'select all unused accounts' checkbox plus an explicit confirmation step before bulk deletion. New sv/en strings for the confirm titles and actions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): encrypt personnummer on v1 employee create; tolerate legacy plaintext on read The v1 REST create route stored personnummer unencrypted, which then threw ERR_CRYPTO_INVALID_AUTH_TAG on every decrypt-on-read path and 500'd the employees roster. Encrypt on write in v1 create, decrypt on read in the v1 list/detail/patch responses, and make decryptPersonnummer pass a raw 12-digit value through with a warn so a legacy plaintext row can't take the roster down. Encrypt seeded personnummer. Add a gated, idempotent backfill for existing rows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a manual entry as a reusable template Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual journal-entry form next to the existing "Anvand mall" picker, so users can capture a booking pattern the moment they work it out. Opens the shared TemplateForm (create mode) pre-seeded from the current lines via deriveTemplateLinesFromBooking, and saves through the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates. Rendered in both the mobile and desktop layouts and in create + edit modes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): label all staged operation types The Granskning list rendered the raw snake_case operation_type (e.g. create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox) for any type missing from the label map, which hogs the meta row and wraps awkwardly on mobile. Add short sv/en labels for all operation types in OPERATION_RISK_TIERS, plus a humanized fallback for future ones, and simplify the label map to a plain operation_type -> i18n-key record (the icon/variant fields were dead). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): let users file moms without a Skatteverket connection The momsdeklaration was never gated on the Skatteverket connection (it renders from the bookkeeping), but the not-connected "Anslut med BankID" card read as a wall. Make manual filing a first-class path: - Add a "Lämna in din momsdeklaration" card under the report with a PDF download (SKV 4700 layout, hela kronor) and a skatteverket.se link. - Add a momsdeklaration PDF route + template; buildManualFilingRows() rounds each ruta to whole kronor and recomputes ruta 49 per the SKV 4700 formula so it ties out. The PDF is a read/record copy, not a submission file (moms has no upload channel). - Offer PDF alongside Excel in the report's export menu. - Reframe the not-connected SkatteverketPanel to "Skicka direkt till Skatteverket (valfritt)". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): compact new-employee dialog and warn on bad account check digit Redesign NewEmployeeDialog into a compact layout: borderless sections split by hairline dividers (no per-section cards), a fixed header + scrolling body + solid footer (fixes content showing through the old sticky bar), and denser grids. EmployeeTaxCard gains a `flat` variant so the dialog can host it without card chrome; the edit page keeps the boxed version. Add non-blocking Swedish account check-digit validation (lib/bankgiro/account-number.ts): mod10 (reuses luhn) + mod11, with a clearing->method table from the Bankgirot "Bankernas kontonummeruppbyggnad" spec, cross-checked against jop-io/kontonummer.js and verified against a real account (Forex 9420/4172385). Surfaced as a soft warning in both employee forms; unrecognised clearings return 'unknown' so we never warn on a valid but unmapped account. Never blocks saving. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): configurable send time + editing for recurring invoices Re-register the accidentally-removed recurring cron (now hourly) and add a per-schedule send hour (Europe/Stockholm, DST-aware). The cron never sends for a past date, and the enabling migration pauses every existing schedule on deploy so nothing auto-sends behind a user's back; users reactivate consciously (with a confirm) or click "Skapa faktura nu" to send this month on demand. Automatic sending now requires a customer email. Adds a full edit flow (row click opens the prefilled form, PATCH), fixing the row-click 404. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): configure självfaktura via the invoice API Add an optional is_self_billed flag (plus external_invoice_number, self_billing_agreement_ref, received_date) to the public invoice-create endpoint so callers can register a received self-billing invoice (mottagen självfaktura, ML 17 kap 15§) via the API. It was previously only reachable from the internal dashboard route, so it was missing from the API docs. Extract the booking into a shared service (lib/invoices/self-billed-sale.ts) and refactor the internal /api/invoices/self-billed route to a thin wrapper over it, so the dashboard and the API cannot drift. Books as a sale (Debit 1510 / Credit 30xx+26xx) with the counterparty's number; no own number is consumed. Fields are plain optionals (no schema refine) so UpdateInvoiceSchema.omit() keeps working; required-when-self-billed is enforced in the route. Documented in the endpoint registry. No migration (columns already exist). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): allow a partial voucher-series-per-source-type map In Zod 4 an enum-keyed z.record is exhaustive (every source_type required), so saving a default_voucher_series_per_source_type map that omits a source type (e.g. the newly added result_appropriation) failed with "expected string, received undefined". Use partialRecord so the map can be sparse; the engine falls back to series 'A' for any unmapped key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(salary): resolve employer name via getCompanyDisplayName Payslip PDFs, the payslip email, AGI, KU10, and the BG/LB + SEPA payment files now resolve the employer name through getCompanyDisplayName (company_settings.company_name, falling back to companies.name), matching how invoices already display it. Read-side coalesce, so no migration or backfill: companies.name is write-once at onboarding and not authoritative for these surfaces. The sidebar company switcher uses the same coalesce for the non-active companies in the list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(kontoplan): index-only account usage counts + lighter reference load Add a covering index on journal_entry_lines (journal_entry_id, account_number) so get_account_usage_counts becomes an index-only scan (prod worst case ~440ms). Slim /api/bookkeeping/accounts/reference to return only the company's activation rows and merge against the client-bundled BAS_REFERENCE instead of re-sending the full ~1,300-account catalog every load, and defer the BAS catalog + usage counts off the first-paint critical path in ChartOfAccountsManager. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * i18n(salary): add bank-account checksum warning string sv/en strings for the employee bank-account (clearing/kontonummer) soft checksum warning shown by the create/edit forms. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: update decision log Append the 2026-07-06/07 decision entries (salary employer-name coalesce, sidebar switcher, employees API personnummer fix, kontoplan load optimization, momsdeklaration manual filing, recurring invoices resend + reactivation + editing, "spara som mall", voucher-series partial map, and självfaktura via the invoice API). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address compliance-review findings on recurring invoices + moms filing - recurring cron: close the double-send window with an atomic compare-and-set claim on last_run_at (release-on-failure) so two overlapping hourly runs can't both spawn from the same stale batch row - recurring edit dialog: force auto_send=false whenever the effective customer has no email, so a disabled-but-checked box can't PATCH auto_send=true after the async customer load - momsdeklaration manual-filing: truncate rutor to whole kronor (öretal faller bort per SFL 22 kap 1 §) instead of round-to-nearest, matching the SRU path Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

perf: cross-system snappiness batch (middleware, loading states, bundle) (#909)
* perf: cross-system snappiness batch (middleware, loading states, bundle)
Middleware: resolve the active company at most once per request and run
the user_preferences + first-membership queries in parallel, cutting 1-2
sequential DB round trips from every authenticated page load.
Loading states: add loading.tsx skeletons for the six highest-traffic
dashboard routes, render the real salary page header during load instead
of a full-page skeleton, replace the blank fallback={null} Suspense
flashes on customers/articles, and reshape the settings skeleton to
match the actual form layout.
Bundle: defer recharts chart components via next/dynamic on the KPI page
and report views, replace the import page's framer-motion marching-ants
border with a CSS keyframe, and enable optimizePackageImports for
recharts/date-fns/framer-motion.
Transactions: extract the potential-match lookups into a shared parallel
helper; a single-query PostgREST embed is blocked until the
potential_supplier_invoice_id FK exists in prod (see DECISIONS.md).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(transactions): log potential-match query failures instead of dropping them
A DB error in the invoice/supplier-invoice hint lookups previously
surfaced as "no potential match"; log it so failures are diagnosable.

Check/salary bankid api (#892)
* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup - middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard - BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once (a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first, failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors - bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account - bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink (BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method) - login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: move secondary guides into docs/, delete dead root files Move DOCKER.md, SELF-HOSTING.md, WHITELABEL.md and extensions.md (renamed EXTENSIONS.md) into a new docs/ folder and update all path references (README, setup.sh, .dockerignore image rules, docker-publish workflow comment, _example-branding, lib/branding/service.ts). Delete two dead root files: customer.json (stray API-test payload) and findings.md (point-in-time swarm audit export, criticals already filed). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(api): security & correctness hardening + withRouteContext MFA migration across API routes Audit of ~100 app/api routes. Highlights: Security - agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped - calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only - bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded - agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated Correctness - account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000 rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) -> fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes) - voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced - 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed - assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed - invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent; deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod Convention - ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation, corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right where they figured out how something should be booked. - derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking (settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart) - extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility hints instead of duplicating them - save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts diverged. The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3 templates. Also fixed along the way: - Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all. - mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a non-fileable document before download. - Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR. - FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver (never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie the roll-forward exactly to booked UB. - build-input dedupes warnings now that the PDF path runs the same mapping. Regression test asserts no RR/BR label ever contains a four-digit account number again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr" with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode (prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest years. - lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis) - Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced, naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread - SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and now renders them - opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return 409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors: - Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek. Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate. - Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows. - Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied /api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well. - application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL) validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always failing the magic-byte check. - correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test). - Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE, TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE (company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots, skipping slots held by any existing row. - Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives). - Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of silently skipping the mirror. - Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt guidance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines. ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET /api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot follows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list bundle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks: - One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The separate /salary/runs/new page is gone. - Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail, KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/. - Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token], backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the route from auth redirects. - Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026). - AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid. - Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish, municipality tax-table lookup improvements. messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune, skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before this. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping - Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16 renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged). - Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs don't break the build type-check. - Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76. - template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding. - database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(), which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag. Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging. Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap) Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger, which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all. That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression). Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging. style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(ux): create salary runs, employees & recurring schedules in modals (#883)
* feat(ux): create salary runs, employees & recurring schedules in modals The last three full-page create flows move to ?new=1 URL-driven dialogs, matching the verifikat/invoice pattern (#861): - Salary run: 4-field form on /salary — creation was pure interruption before landing on the run-detail workspace. - Employee: the last register entity still page-based after customers, suppliers, and articles. - Recurring schedule: consistency with the invoice modal it feeds. Old /new routes survive as redirects so bookmarks and agent intents keep working. Dialogs close explicitly (header X / Avbryt) so half-typed forms survive stray Escape or backdrop clicks. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: move DECISIONS.md to repo root dev_docs/ is gitignored, so the decision log was invisible to other developers. Root matches the existing convention (CONTRIBUTING.md, SECURITY.md). CLAUDE.md pointer updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(lint): ignore Claude Code worktrees in eslint walk .claude/worktrees/ holds full repo copies; without the ignore, local npm run lint / check:lint walks them until the ratchet's 64 MB JSON parse buffer overflows. CI is unaffected (no worktrees there). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(invoices): create customer & supplier invoices in modals, matching the verifikat pattern (#861)
Invoice and supplier-invoice creation now open as pop-up dialogs on their list pages instead of navigating to standalone form pages — the same UX as NewJournalEntryDialog (capped-height scroll, explicit-close-only so a half-typed invoice survives stray Escape/backdrop clicks). - InvoiceEditor gains a `bare` variant (page chrome stripped, inline actions replacing the fixed mobile bar, live document-type title kept) hosted by the new NewInvoiceDialog (sm:max-w-5xl). Draft editing pages unchanged. - The 2,057-line supplier form moves out of the route page into components/supplier-invoices/NewSupplierInvoiceForm.tsx with bare/inboxItemId/onCreated/onCancel props, hosted by NewSupplierInvoiceDialog (sm:max-w-4xl). - Modals are URL-driven (?new=1): header buttons, empty states, command palette, and the reports CTA all open the same dialog; browser back closes it. /invoices/new and /supplier-invoices/new survive as redirects (bookmarks, agent intents, /expenses/new alias, inbox deep links). - The invoice-inbox "Skapa leverantörsfaktura" action opens the modal in place and refreshes the inbox on success instead of navigating away. No new i18n keys; dialog titles reuse existing strings. Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

UI badge cleanup + /chart-of-accounts route + loop skills (#850)
Bundles three separable concerns: - style(ui): badge audit + cleanup across 45 files — real-status chips use Badge variants (raw Tailwind colors dropped), non-status count/type/label chips demoted to muted text, clustered badges consolidated; 20 unused imports removed. - feat(bookkeeping): Kontoplan moved to a dedicated /chart-of-accounts route (nav + command palette wired); /bookkeeping shows the journal list only. - chore(skills): loop-* automation skills + design-scan workflow under .claude/. fix(reports): restored the destructive count badge on blocking errors in the periodisk sammanställning (EC Sales List) — a genuine status cue the audit had wrongly flattened; flagged by the PR reviewer and Swedish compliance bot, now clean. All CI green; compliance bots report no findings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat: UI slop cleanup, invoice icon/header polish + year-end in Rapporter, journal-list DataList refactor (#847)
UI cleanup: removed AI-slop (redundant suppliers subtitle, decorative Sparkles glyph), decluttered the article-detail header (single status badge + muted type · #number), standardized the invoice icon Receipt→ReceiptText (no $ in a SEK app), and matched ReportExportMenu trigger size to the primary CTA on list pages. Bookkeeping: surfaced year-end closing in Rapporter (catalog descriptor) and dropped the redundant header button; refactored JournalEntryList to DataList primitives + chunked /api/documents/counts in 50-ID batches (large pages previously 400'd); added optional fraction-digit overrides to formatCurrency. The fiscal-year lock indicator is preserved as a labeled Låst/Stängt badge in FiscalYearSelector. All PR-bot findings triaged as false positives (unused import, formatCurrency öre, lock indicator) or intentional design (year-end placement, empty-state messaging). CI green. style(ui): system-wide UX/UI polish pass — design-system conformance + copy cleanup (#835)
* style(ui): system-wide UX/UI polish pass — design-system conformance + copy cleanup Multi-agent scan of all 404 UI files against the locked design system, then 141 verified surgical fixes across 109 files (net -32 lines): - Remove forbidden elevation/motion: shadow-* and rounded-xl on cards, active:scale bounce, hover:shadow on list items, transition-all -> transition-colors. - Drop font-medium from single-weight Hedvig display headings/numerals. - Replace raw rainbow Tailwind status colors with Badge variants / brand tokens / neutral surfaces (achromatic chrome, semantic colors stay data-only). - Route raw dates through formatDate(), hand-rolled currency through formatCurrency(), add tabular-nums to financial figures; text-gray-* -> text-foreground tokens. - Swap hand-rolled skeletons for the Skeleton primitive; off-scale spacing -> token scale. - Fix copy: mislabeled "Leverantörsfakturor" -> "Utgifter" on bank-import outflow total, collapse no-op identical-branch ternaries, broken Swedish diacritics (mojibake), correct mismatch-password toast, correct supplier currency-field label. - Remove PII-leaking debug console.log on register, stray console.logs. Design critique: normalize daily-operator flows + UX improvements (#741)
* style(design): normalize daily-operator flows to locked design system Sweep the dashboard, transactions, reconciliation, invoicing and supplier flows for design-system violations (.claude/rules/design.md): - font-medium removed from Hedvig display headings/numerals - font-mono -> tabular-nums on monetary values (voucher ids stay mono) - raw Tailwind status colors -> Badge variants / muted-alert pattern - semantic colors removed from chrome backgrounds (deadline widgets, icon halos) - hand-rolled skeletons/empty-states -> Skeleton / EmptyState primitives - opacity-suffixed borders, the invisible warning-foreground count color, and shadow-sm/rounded-xl on non-overlay surfaces normalized The four files that also received UX changes carry their token fixes in the following commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(ux): clearer dashboard CTA, match confidence, AI provenance, invoice actions Four high-impact UX fixes from the design critique (these files also carry their design-system token normalization): - Dashboard: render the next-best-action hero for every agent-built company, not only 'slim' nav density, so there is always one obvious next step instead of four equal-weight metric tiles. - Reconciliation: surface the match engine's 0-1 confidence as a graded strength badge (Stark / Trolig / Svag traff) in the shared verifikat picker rows and selected chip; drop the uninformative binary "Foreslagen traff" badge from the match dialog. - Supplier inbox: show AI-filled provenance per extracted field (a success dot that clears once the user verifies/edits the value) so misparsed amounts/dates get proofread before they post to an immutable verifikat. - Invoice detail: keep each status's primary action only in the header row; the sidebar "Status actions" card now holds secondary/reversible actions only (makulera, ta bort, skapa kreditnota, manual-send alternative), removing the duplicated CTAs and closing a viewer-permission gap on the old sidebar buttons. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(ux): Tier-B medium design-critique fixes across daily-operator flows - Reconciliation: standardise the match-confirm verb on "Matcha" (was "Koppla" in MatchVoucherDialog) and replace the hand-rolled date <input>s in the bank reconciliation view with the Input primitive. - Supplier inbox: fold the two alternative bookings (Skapa leverantorsfaktura / Bokfor som verifikat) behind a single "Andra satt att bokfora" dropdown so the default path (Matcha mot transaktion) stays the lone primary action. - Duplicate-payment guard: demote the "Skapa ny verifikation anda" escape hatch to a ghost button so the safe "Koppla till befintlig" path dominates. - Onboarding: raise the "start fresh" escape hatch from a muted text link to a visible secondary button; normalise the checklist's off-scale spacing. - Supplier flows: finish the font-mono -> tabular-nums sweep on monetary values in the supplier-invoice detail / create / review surfaces (ids stay mono). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): keep overdue rows visually distinct (destructive chrome is allowed) The Tier-A normalization stripped all semantic-color row tints from the deadline widgets, but design.md exempts --destructive ("only --destructive survives in chrome"). Restore a subtle bg-destructive/5 on OVERDUE rows so missed tax/AGI deadlines (-> skattetillagg) stay noticeable in a list scan; action-needed (warning) rows stay clean since warning is data-only. Surfaced by the Swedish compliance review on #741. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): hide match-strength badge on already-matched verifikat Per the Swedish compliance review on #741: a green "Stark traff" confidence badge rendered alongside "Redan matchad" could visually nudge an accidental double-match of a posted verifikat (a BFL 5 kap audit-trail concern). Suppress the strength badge when linked_transaction_count > 0 so "Redan matchad" is the lone signal there; N:1 matching stays an explicit opt-in. Add/issue in absurdum (#739)
* feat(assets): allow editing fixed asset fields before depreciation The fixed asset register only offered a "Dispose" action, so correcting a mis-entered acquisition date/cost/category meant running the disposal flow — which posts a real divestment voucher plus a Ch. 8a VAT adjustment. Disproportionate and wrong for a data-entry fix. Add an Edit action that allows correcting those fields directly, gated for correctness: - service: extend updateAsset() with category/acquisition_date/ acquisition_cost; block the change once the asset is disposed or has posted depreciation (AssetCorrectionBlockedError) where it would desync posted vouchers from the register; realign the BAS triple on category change. Name, useful life, and method stay editable. - api: extend the PATCH schema; annotate GET /api/assets with has_posted_depreciation so the UI can lock basis fields proactively. - ui: EditAssetDialog + pencil action; disables date/cost/category when depreciation has been booked, with an inline explanation. - errors: register ASSET_CORRECTION_BLOCKED (409). - tests: unit tests for the guard; pg test for pre-disposal editability. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(assets): also block basis edits when depreciation was hand-posted The correction guard only consulted depreciation_schedules, so an avskrivning booked as a manual journal entry (no schedule row) slipped through and a basis correction was wrongly allowed. Add a ledger scan: any posted credit to the asset's ackumulerade- avskrivningar account (12x9) counts as depreciation. Entries that depreciation_schedules attributes to a *different* asset are excluded, so a sibling's engine avskrivning on a shared 12x9 account doesn't produce a false block. What remains is depreciation tied to this asset (engine or manual); a basis correction is blocked there and must go through storno. Adds two unit tests: blocks on a hand-posted credit, allows when the only 12x9 credit belongs to a sibling's engine entry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): allow negative unit prices for discount lines The invoice creation form rejected negative unit prices via a frontend superRefine check, blocking valid discount lines (e.g. "Rabatt -100"). The unit_price error was never rendered inline, so submission failed silently. The backend schema already allows negative unit prices (see CreateInvoiceItemSchema test), so the form was simply out of sync. Remove the non-negative constraint; empty/NaN prices are still rejected by the base z.number() type. Drop the now-unused validation_price_positive translation key from both locale files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): allow editing draft invoices Drafts could be saved but not edited — the only way to change a draft's lines, customer, dates or amounts was to delete and recreate it. Add a "Redigera" action on draft invoices that opens the invoice editor pre-filled with the draft and saves changes in place. A verifikat is only created when an invoice is sent (or paid, under kontantmetoden), so every status=draft invoice is uncommitted and safe to edit; sent/paid invoices stay immutable and still require a credit note. - Extract buildInvoiceWriteData() with the shared validation + computation (VAT rules, ROT/RUT, accruals, totals, currency, item rows); POST now uses it too, behaviour unchanged. - Add UpdateInvoiceSchema and PATCH /api/invoices/[id], guarded to drafts (status=draft, no journal entry, not self-billed); number and status are preserved and no invoice.created is emitted. - Extract the invoice creator into a shared InvoiceEditor with create / edit modes; /invoices/new is now a thin wrapper and /invoices/[id]/edit is the new edit page. - Add a "Redigera" button on draft invoice detail pages + sv/en strings. - Tests for the builder, UpdateInvoiceSchema and the PATCH route. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): make Huvudbok findable via account/saldo search terms Searching the command palette for natural phrases like 'saldo per konto', 'kontoutdrag', 'kontoanalys' or 'transaktioner per konto' returned nothing, so users couldn't find the general ledger. Enrich the Huvudbok entry's keywords with those synonyms, and let Saldobalans and Balansrapport match 'saldo per konto' too since they are genuinely per-account balance views. Companion change — the clearer Huvudbok report description ('Saldo och alla transaktioner per konto') — already landed in d5f474cb. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(settings): let users edit their personal name Add an editable Namn field to /settings/account that updates profiles.full_name and best-effort syncs auth user_metadata. Previously the personal name was only ever set from BankID's legal name at signup with no way to correct it, so users whose tilltalsnamn isn't their first given name were greeted by the wrong name (and email/password users had no name at all). New POST /api/user/profile route (requireAuth, RLS-scoped update) mirrors /api/user/locale. sv/en strings added. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): per-invoice öresavrundning override Add a display-only öresavrundning flag per invoice that wins over the company-wide setting. Resolution order in getDisplayTotal: per-invoice override -> company setting -> default-on. The stored total and the booked verifikat keep the exact öre; only the rendered total changes. Supplier invoices gain the same flag but resolve a null to off (they never had rounding historically), exposed via a toggle on the new-invoice form and a rounding row on the detail page. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(transactions): warn on possible duplicate before booking Before committing a transaction (via book or categorize), detect an already-booked sibling with the same date and amount and return a 409 TRANSACTION_BOOK_POSSIBLE_DUPLICATE instead of silently double-booking. The user can override with force=true, which must be bound to the reviewed sibling via expected_duplicate_transaction_id; the candidate is re-detected server-side, so a stale or guessed id is rejected with TRANSACTION_BOOK_FORCE_CANDIDATE_MISMATCH. Detection is fail-open on the non-force path and fail-closed under force. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(transactions): shadow-mode scope-drift dedup counter in bank ingest Count rows that an enforcing same-feed scope-drift rule WOULD treat as re-imports (the IBAN-drift re-imports the external_id check misses) and surface it as IngestResult.shadow_scope_drift_candidates. Nothing is blocked yet -- the counter only measures how often the rule would fire so it can be validated against real data before enforcement. Also gitignore scripts/delete-duplicate-transactions.ts: a destructive, hand-run cleanup tool kept out of the repo so it can't run in CI/cron or be mistaken for a supported feature. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): base bolagsskatt on post-disposition result Bokslutsdispositioner are booked as source_type='year_end', which the income statement excludes, so net_result alone overstates resultat före skatt and the booked tax ignored the periodiseringsfond avsättning (too-high tax, ÅR/INK2 mismatch). calculateBolagsskatt now accepts resultBeforeTaxOverride. The preview builder mirrors each proposal's P&L effect (+återföring, -avsättning, -SLP) onto the pre-disposition result; the commit path sums the already-posted dispositions via the new sumPostedYearEndDispositions (class 88 + 7533) since bolagsskatt is committed last. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(settings): fiscal years manager Add a FiscalYearsManager to the bookkeeping settings that lists fiscal periods with their status (closed > locked > open) and creates the next year via CreatePeriodDialog, seeded to chain forward from the latest period end. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): return 400 when locking a period with unbooked transactions lockPeriod() refuses to lock a period that still has uncategorized business transactions. Detect that message in the lock route and surface it as a clear PERIOD_HAS_UNBOOKED_TRANSACTIONS (400) instead of a generic 500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): implement isEditableInvoiceDraft utility and apply it across invoice edit routes feat(transactions): log duplicate dismissal events in behandlingshistorik test(invoices): add tests for isEditableInvoiceDraft function test(transactions): enhance tests to verify behandlingshistorik logging refactor(bokslut): update tax calculation test descriptions for clarity --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/bokslut (#718)
* feat(arcim-migration): Briox provider with SIE-over-API import - Briox auth via account ID + application token (no app-level credentials); both tokens rotate on refresh and are persisted - New sie-fetcher pulls the general ledger as SIE through the provider API for Fortnox, Briox and Bjorn Lunden - Wizard stops on a failed SIE import and surfaces the real errors instead of proceeding to the misleading migrate-guard message - PROVIDER_SIE_ONLY_FORTNOX renamed to PROVIDER_SIE_NOT_SUPPORTED; new PROVIDER_TOKEN_INVALID for rejected provider credentials Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): per-line accruals (periodisering) on invoices and supplier invoices Defer revenue/costs per invoice line to 29xx/17xx interim accounts with automatic monthly dissolution (nightly cron + catch-up at registration), schedule cancellation on credit, year-end auto-detect exclusion for already-scheduled invoices, invoice-inbox service-period extraction for prefill, and an MCP tool to list schedules. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bokslut): iXBRL arsredovisning generation and Bolagsverket digital filing Generate the annual report as iXBRL from a generated taxonomy registry (K2 element lists, taxonomy:generate/check scripts + CI guard), expose it via the fiscal-period API, and add the bolagsverket extension for digital submission to eget utrymme with webhook-driven status tracking (submissions table + pg tests, lifecycle events, year-end wizard UI). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(mcp): raise origin-guard test timeout to 20s The dynamic import pulls in the full server module; the parse alone flirts with the 5s default under full-suite parallel load. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add new scripts and documentation for K2 AB taxonomy generation and validation - Introduced `generate-taxonomy-registry.ts` to automate the generation of the iXBRL taxonomy concept registry from official element lists and tuple models. - Added `validate-ixbrl.mjs` for validating generated iXBRL reports against the official taxonomy package using Arelle. - Included new documentation files: - `k2-ab-arsredovisning-elementlista-2024-09-12_rev20250312_sv.xlsx` - `tuple-innehallsmodell-arsredovisning-k2-2024-09-12.xlsx` - `taxonomi-paket-2024-09-12_rev20250312.zip` * Add tests for bookkeeping accruals dissolution and supplier invoices - Implement tests for the POST /api/bookkeeping/accruals/[id]/dissolve route, covering success and error scenarios. - Add tests for the DELETE /api/supplier-invoices/[id] route, including authentication checks and validation of invoice deletion conditions. - Introduce tests for the Arcim migration provider client, ensuring token handling and error classification. - Create tests for the Bolagsverket extension, validating submission role enforcement and environment settings. - Add Zod schemas for Bolagsverket response payloads to ensure proper validation. - Implement tests for MCP server's list accrual schedules, confirming registration and scope mapping. - Add consistency tests for IXBRL document generation, ensuring duplicate facts and XML escaping are handled correctly. - Introduce typed domain errors for accrual schedules to improve error handling in the service. - Add tests for resolving consent with Briox token refresh concurrency, ensuring proper token management and error handling. * fix(tests): update payload size guard comments to reflect recent changes in tool descriptions and ceiling adjustments * fix(gitattributes): mark generated JSON files in bokslut taxonomy as linguist-generated * feat(migrations): add backfill for invoices.journal_entry_id and fallback for next_voucher_number user_id * feat(bokslut): enhance compliance and financial processing features with new submission details and security measures --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/pdf and templates (#705)
* fix(invoices): apply configured voucher series to payments + preview next voucher The booking engine resolves the series from default_voucher_series_per_source_type, but the global "Standardserie" dropdown wrote a separate field the engine ignored, and cash-method invoice payments (invoice_cash_payment) weren't exposed in settings — so configured series were silently dropped to "A". - Expose cash/private payment source types in the per-source-type form - Write the global default through to the map on save, keeping overrides - Resolve voucher-sequences/next by source_type (+date) to match the engine - Show the upcoming voucher (V2) in the payment dialog title - Share resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType so preview and booking can't drift Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): keep AGI panel in sync with Skatteverket signing state The AGI panel mixed run-scoped generation state (agi_generated_at, agi_declarations) with period-scoped submission state (extension_data agi_submission_{period}), so the two could drift and present contradictory UI. Reconcile them: - Auto-detect a Mina Sidor BankID signature: while awaiting_signing, poll /agi/kvittenser on mount and on tab refocus so the panel flips to "signed" (hiding the signing actions) without a manual "Hamta kvittens" click. - Warn instead of offering to sign when the locked granskningsunderlag predates the run's latest AGI generation (draftIsStale) — avoids filing superseded figures. - Self-heal a stale "AGI-XML saknas" error once the run's AGI is (re)generated out-of-band (MCP/API/other tab). - Refetch the salary run on tab focus so agi_generated_at reflects out-of-band generation without a hard reload. - /agi/lasUpp now clears the cached agi_submission_{period} record, so unlocking drops the panel back to the pre-submission state instead of stranding it on a released "redo att signeras" draft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: Implement VAT registration handling and invoice item line types - Added VAT registration check in commitCreateInvoice to set VAT rate to 0% for non-VAT registered companies. - Updated invoice creation logic to reflect 'exempt' VAT treatment and adjusted related fields accordingly. - Introduced support for free-text and blank spacer rows in invoice items by adding a new line_type field. - Enhanced invoice and credit note handling to accommodate new line types. - Added new localized messages for text rows in English and Swedish. - Created tests for salary run approval logic, ensuring bank details are validated correctly. - Implemented effective net payout calculation for salary runs, considering tax overrides. - Added SQL migrations to support new invoice item line types and accounting method awareness for linking invoices to vouchers. * feat(articles): artikelregister with revenue account + VAT rate per article Article register (non-inventory) with per-article VAT rate and optional BAS class-3 revenue-account override. Includes API routes, UI pages, MCP tools, pending-operation staging, and the activate-or-create account flow (ACCOUNTS_NOT_IN_CHART -> ActivateAccountsDialog, unknown numbers -> AddAccountDialog) reusing the journal entry UX. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): no-doc-required batch + bulk-missing endpoints Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(payments): supplier payment lines + cash-method invoice matching Shared payment-line proposal for supplier invoices, improved match-invoice/match-supplier-invoice flows (kontantmetoden-aware), and voucher-link support without requiring a 151x clearing entry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): new journal entry dialog, SIE import tweaks, misc New journal entry dialog component, journal list/page updates, invoice editor updates, SIE import adjustments, transaction ingest and api-key tweaks, pr-agent workflow update. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): implement tax reduction features and localization updates * feat(tests): add VAT registration gate to pending operations commit tests --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(invoicing): artikelregister (product/article catalog) with per-article revenue account (#703)
* feat(invoicing): artikelregister (product/article catalog) with per-article revenue account Add a lean, non-inventory article catalog (artikelregister) so users can define reusable invoice-line presets (name, unit, price excl VAT, VAT rate) with an optional per-article BAS class-3 revenue-account override. - DB: articles table (RLS via user_company_ids(), audit + updated_at triggers, unique-per-company article_number), generate_article_number RPC (atomic + idempotent), company_settings counter, nullable invoice_items.revenue_account + article_id, pending_operations CHECK expansion. - Engine: generatePerRateLines groups revenue by (vat_rate, account) — byte-identical with no override, balance-safe when split (last account absorbs the rounding remainder), reverse_charge/export still force 3308/3305. - API: /api/articles CRUD (soft-deactivate); override validated against chart_of_accounts (active class-3) and frozen onto invoice lines at create. - Propagation: override carried through send/mark-sent/credit/convert/cash and the staged commit paths (recurring deferred — documented inline). - MCP: gnubok_list/create/update_article (staged, scoped, risk-tiered). - UI: articles register (list/detail/form) + nav + bilingual i18n + invoice-line article picker & "Spara som artikel" quick-create. - Tests: engine regression, route, and pg-real (RPC/RLS/triggers). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): strip ILIKE _ wildcard from gnubok_list_articles search Underscore is a single-character ILIKE wildcard; stripping it (alongside the existing %,()\* set) keeps a stray char in the article search from matching every row. Read-only + RLS-scoped, so no security impact — addresses PR #703 reviewer + compliance-swarm CC6.3 notes. Add/user feedback (#679)
* feat(bookkeeping): make blocked fiscal-year creation actionable When creating a new räkenskapsår is blocked because a prior period is still open, the "Skapa räkenskapsår" dialog no longer dead-ends on an English toast. The API now returns the canonical bilingual error envelope with the blocking periods (id/name/dates) under details, and the dialog renders a Swedish panel that locks them inline (reversible locked_at) via the existing /lock endpoint and retries creation. The guard rule is unchanged and remains BFL-compliant: BFL 6 kap allows löpande bokföring of the new year in parallel with the prior year's bokslut, so a lock (not a full close) is sufficient and reversible. - Add PERIOD_CREATE_BLOCKED_BY_OPEN_PERIODS structured error code - Return envelope + details.blockingPeriods from the 409 (was English string) - CreatePeriodDialog: inline "lås och skapa" panel + lock-and-retry - Update route tests for the new envelope shape Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): prevent mouse wheel from mutating number inputs A focused <input type="number"> would change its value on scroll, silently turning e.g. a 20000 salary into 19998. Blur number inputs on wheel so the page scrolls instead of editing the value. Applied at the Input primitive so all number fields are protected. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): auto-derive skattetabell and kolumn for employees Replace the opaque manual "Skattetabell (29-42)" and "Kolumn (1-6)" inputs on the employee form with a self-deriving flow: the user picks their folkbokföringskommun from a searchable dropdown and the tax table fills itself in, while the column derives from the personnummer we already collect. - Add a searchable municipality picker (MunicipalityCombobox) backed by a new cached GET /api/salary/tax-tables/kommuner endpoint. - Wrap the whole "Skatt" card in a self-contained EmployeeTaxCard used by both the create and edit pages, with InfoTooltips and named column options. - deriveTaxColumn(): auto-select column 1 for under-66 employees; leave the ambiguous 66+ case (pension vs working senior) to a clearly-named manual choice. - Fix fetchKommunTaxRates() to page through all ~1300 församling rows instead of a single 500-row page (which silently dropped ~200 kommuner, incl. Göteborg) and normalize the uppercase names to title case. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): correct CSV amount-column guess and surface skipped rows Manual CSV column-mapping auto-guess walked each data row right-to-left and picked the first numeric cell as the amount, so on the common ...;Belopp;Saldo layout it grabbed the trailing running-balance column. Extract the guess into a pure, tested suggestColumnMapping(): match header labels first (belopp/amount -> amount, saldo/balance -> balance), auto-fill the balance field, and fall back to value heuristics that skip the balance column and prefer a column carrying negative values. Also surface stats.skipped_rows + parse warnings in BankFileConfirmStep - the manual-mapping path skips the preview step that was the only place they showed, so skipped rows were silently dropped from view. Add a unit test reproducing the Saldo-as-amount regression. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add "Save as draft" functionality for invoices - Implemented a new feature to allow users to save invoices as unnumbered drafts without generating an invoice number until finalized. - Added a `save_as_draft` flag to the CreateInvoiceInput schema to handle draft saving logic. - Updated the invoice creation API to skip number allocation when saving as a draft. - Introduced a new endpoint for finalizing drafts, which allocates an invoice number and emits an `invoice.created` event. - Enhanced the UI to include a "Save as draft" button, with loading states and tooltips. - Updated tests to cover the new draft saving and finalization logic, including race conditions for concurrent modifications. - Added relevant error handling for draft finalization and deletion scenarios. * feat(employee): add employment start and end date fields to employee forms * feat: enhance invoice and salary run handling with improved validation and event logging --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |
