fix(bookkeeping): negative item rows book on the opposite side, never as negative amounts (#2439)
* fix(bookkeeping): negative item rows book on the opposite side, never as negative amounts A supplier-invoice item with a negative line_total (an öresavrundning row on 3740, a rabatt row) was copied straight into debit_amount, producing a line like "3740 debit -0.25". The entry balances arithmetically, so no trigger fired, but the verifikat page renders only positive amounts: the row showed empty and the visible debits (20 056,25) disagreed with the summa (20 056,00). Prod holds 14 such lines: 12 supplier registrations in 3 companies, 1 customer invoice (3004 credit -0.50), 1 storno mirroring a bad original. Why it occurred: the "one non-negative side per line" invariant lived nowhere. Zod allows negative items (they are legitimate), the engine only checked balance, and journal_entry_lines had no CHECK. Any producer that aggregates user rows could repeat it. What was removed or simplified: no new state. The privately-paid supplier path already flipped negative buckets to credit; that rule is now one helper (lib/bookkeeping/line-side.ts) shared by the supplier registration, cash-method and privately-paid generators and by the customer-invoice per-rate generator. The credit-note generator stops swapping sides and takes |net|, since its inputs now arrive on the correct side. Why this and not the proposed fix: patching only the supplier generator leaves MCP, templates and future producers free to repeat the class, and rejecting negative items at input would break real rabatt/avrundning rows. So the sign is fixed at three levels: producers flip the side, the engine refuses negative amounts before any write (JOURNAL_LINE_NEGATIVE_AMOUNT, Swedish message), and a NOT VALID CHECK on journal_entry_lines rejects new rows regardless of the writer. reverseEntry swaps on the net so a legacy negative line stornos into a well-formed line before the data repair runs. The 14 existing prod lines are repaired by a separate founder-approved SQL (flip to the opposite column, net unchanged); VALIDATE CONSTRAINT follows in a later migration once prod reports zero offending rows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01YMJvTFitzKQYuv7ABUVFj9 * fix(bookkeeping): anchor foreign-currency 1510/1930 on the net of the revenue lines; flip salary buckets by side Skeptic findings on ab119d6ed: 1. A non-SEK customer invoice with a negative row (rabatt, avrundning on a separate revenue account) now lands that row on the debit side, but the 1510 (accrual) and 1930 (kontantmetod) anchors summed only credit_amount, so the entry was overstated by the row and threw "Verifikationen balanserar inte". Both anchors now use credit - debit. EUR test added for both paths. 2. Salary: arbetsgivaravgifter, semesteravsättning, pension and SLP buckets copied bucket.amount into debit_amount and the aggregated liability into credit_amount. A negative month (unpaid leave beyond gross) produced 7510 D -628,40, which the engine now refuses. Buckets and liabilities go through debitNatural/creditNatural so a negative month books 7510 K / 2731 D. Test added. 3. replaceOpeningBalanceEntry, the third engine write path, now runs the same non-negative guard as createDraftEntry and updateDraftEntry. 4. The credit-note comment claimed |net| is side-correct for every original; it is not for originals with a negative row (pre-existing, callers negate items with -Math.abs). Comment now states the actual behaviour and the known gap. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): map JOURNAL_LINE_NEGATIVE_AMOUNT to a structured 400; supplier anchors flip side when the invoice nets below zero CodeRabbit on #2439: - JournalLineNegativeAmountError was not registered in isBookkeepingError / bookkeepingErrorResponse, so the journal-entry routes would have returned a generic 500 instead of the structured 400 with code and details. Added, with a test. - The three supplier balance anchors (2440 on registration, the payment account under kontantmetoden, the liability account for privately paid invoices) were fixed-credit lines. An invoice whose rows net below zero (a leverantörskreditfaktura keyed in as an invoice) produced a negative credit there, which the engine now refuses. The anchors go through creditNatural so such an invoice books 2440 D, as a supplier credit note would. Tests for all three paths. feat(arsredovisning): manual override for medelantal anställda (Not 2) (#2420)
* feat(arsredovisning): manual override for medelantal anstallda (Not 2) Why the problem occurred: the ÅRL 5:20 § note was derived only from the employees table, and most aktiebolag that book salary never create a Löner employee record (hand-booked salary, SIE import, migrated history). In prod 148 of 195 aktiebolag with posted 70xx-73xx lines have no employees rows, so their note reads "inga anställda". The reporting company had one row created the same day with a start date halfway through a July-June year: 181/365 = 0.5 FTE rounds to 0. What was removed or simplified: nothing removed. One resolver (resolveMedelantalAnstallda: override, else FTE average) now feeds the K2 note, the K3 note and the iXBRL fact, so no reader can pick a different number. The override sits on arsredovisning_narratives next to the other ÅRL 5 kap. disclosures and rides the existing narrative GET/POST route, service and page save. Why this and not the proposed one: the request asked support to "enable override of Not 2" as free text. A whole number keeps the statutory sentence intact and the iXBRL MedelantaletAnstallda fact taggable; free text would allow a non-compliant note. Rounding 0.5 up globally was rejected (changes every company's note silently, does nothing for companies with no employees rows), as was backdating the hire date (fixes one company, misstates the fact). The iXBRL input also reads the previous period's override so the jämförelseår column shows what last year's document showed. Migration 20260908130127 is additive (nullable INTEGER with a CHECK) and is applied and tracked on staging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01GxiKQke7sY6mrAK9KX4hbD * fix(arsredovisning): size-threshold metrics use the medelantal override too Skeptic refutation on 442fa1bc5: reportMetrics in model.ts still read the FTE average from the employees table, so the ÅRL 1:3 § större- företag test and the K2 relief thresholds could disagree with the figure Not 2 and the iXBRL fact disclose. A SIE-migrated aktiebolag with no employees rows and an override of 60 both years, balansomslutning over 40 MSEK, would have validated as K2-eligible while its own document said 60 employees. Fix: the metrics resolve the employee figure the same way the note does (current period override from report.disclosures, previous period via getMedelantalOverride on that period's narrative row). previous_period on ArsredovisningData now carries the period id so the lookup needs no extra fiscal_periods read. The iXBRL employees-error fallback keeps the previous period's override instead of blanking the jämförelseår. feat(salary): repay utlägg with the salary as a tax-free payslip line (#2361)
* feat(salary): repay utlägg with the salary as a tax-free payslip line (#2331) - expense_reimbursement line type: kostnadsersättning outside gross, tax, avgifter and the AGI. The engine adds tax-free reimbursements (utlägg, skattefritt traktamente, skattefri milersättning) to the net payout only. - booking debits the claim's liability account (2820) on top of gross, never a 7xxx cost; a run that only repays utlägg posts 2820 D / 1930 K instead of being treated as a nollkörning - salary_line_items.source_expense_claim_id (tenant-scoped FK, cascade, one payslip line per claim); settle_expense_claims_via_salary_run marks the claims paid with an expense_payout_batches row pointing at the salary verifikat, no second verifikat, idempotent on retry; wired into bookLoadedRun and the v1 book route with a pre-check before posting - create_expense_payout_batch refuses claims scheduled on a payslip (ON_PAYSLIP); deleteExpenseClaim refuses once the run has left draft - "Lägg till utlägg" on the employee row of a draft run; the payslip page labels and removes the lines - pg-real: tests/pg/utlagg-via-lon.pg.test.ts + ON_PAYSLIP case Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01LvMaHcTnwAfxzgYD1fGYX1 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): PR #2361 review: claim delete cannot cascade into a booked payslip; AGI excludes the utlägg line - salary_line_items_source_expense_claim_fkey is ON DELETE RESTRICT (edited in the unmerged 20260906210300): the database refuses to delete a claim a payslip line still references, whichever path issues the DELETE - deleteExpenseClaim removes the draft line first (before the storno) and keeps refusing with ON_PAYSLIP once the run has left draft - pg-real: delete refused with 23503 on a booked and on a draft run; the app order (line, then claim) succeeds - unit: AGI builder keeps FK011/FK001/FK487 and emits no benefit field for an expense_reimbursement line (FK011 derives from sre.gross_salary; only benefit_* types are read from line items) Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01LvMaHcTnwAfxzgYD1fGYX1 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Jakob Wennberg <311770904+jakobwennberg-oss@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(payroll): enforce the jamkning both-dates invariant with a CHECK constraint (#2279)
* fix(payroll): enforce the jamkning both-dates invariant with a database trigger Root cause: PR #2240 made every application write path refuse a jamkning_percentage without both jamkning_valid_from and jamkning_valid_to (validateJamkning), but the rule lived only in application code. Two writes could still store the inert shape the engine never applies: (1) concurrent PATCHes, where both handlers validate a fetched snapshot and then issue an unconditional partial update, so a { jamkning_valid_to: null } that committed last left a percentage without an end date; (2) direct SQL and service-role writes, which bypass the validator entirely. Fix: migration 20260904120000 adds trg_enforce_employee_jamkning_dates, BEFORE INSERT OR UPDATE OF jamkning_percentage, jamkning_valid_from, jamkning_valid_to ON employees. It mirrors validateJamkning: a non-null percentage needs both dates, and valid_to may not precede valid_from. On INSERT it always checks; on UPDATE it checks only when one of the three columns actually changes (IS DISTINCT FROM on OLD vs NEW), so a legacy incomplete row stored before #2240 stays editable in unrelated ways, including by a route that writes the whole row back. The error is SQLSTATE 23514 with the stable prefix "JAMKNING_INCOMPLETE: " followed by the same Swedish sentence the validator produces. The function is SECURITY INVOKER with search_path pinned. No backfill: existing incomplete rows are listed by scripts/list-incomplete-jamkning.ts and decided per company. App side, jamkningIssueFromDbError in lib/salary/jamkning-rules.ts recognises the trigger rejection, and the three update paths (dashboard PATCH, v1 PATCH, MCP update_employee executor) answer it with the same 400 / VALIDATION_ERROR and sentence as the merged-state check, instead of a generic 500 / INTERNAL_ERROR. Tests: tests/pg/employees-jamkning-trigger.pg.test.ts (25 cases against real Postgres, including the interleaved two-transaction race), unit tests for the helper, and one race test per update path. Fixes #2256 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015qgLgdt4mLmha1ZLFMwq1u * fix(payroll): enforce the jamkning both-dates invariant with a CHECK constraint Root cause: PR #2240 made every application write path refuse a jamkning_percentage without both jamkning_valid_from and jamkning_valid_to (validateJamkning), but the rule lived only in application code, across many writers. Two concurrent PATCHes that each validated a fetched snapshot and then wrote unconditionally could leave a percentage without an end date (the engine never applies such a beslut, so the payslip and AGI silently carry the table tax), and direct SQL or service-role writes never saw the validator at all. Fix, from first principles: the invariant is a row-level fact, so it is declared as a row-level CHECK constraint, employees_jamkning_dates_check (migration 20260904120000), added NOT VALID so the migration cannot fail on production because of rows stored incomplete before #2240. From now on every INSERT and every UPDATE of any row is checked. This replaces the trigger the issue proposed: no plpgsql function, no per-column change detection, no custom message convention, and the rule is visible in the schema. One behavioural difference from the proposal: a legacy incomplete row is refused on its next edit, related or not, until the beslut is completed (both dates) or cleared (percentage null). The application maps that rejection (SQLSTATE 23514 naming the constraint) to the validator's own Swedish sentence in the three update paths (dashboard PATCH, v1 PATCH, MCP update_employee executor), so the user is told exactly what to complete; a rejection the merged row cannot explain (a concurrent change) gets an umbrella sentence. No backfill: those rows are listed by scripts/list-incomplete-jamkning.ts and decided per company. Tests: tests/pg/employees-jamkning-check.pg.test.ts against real Postgres (constraint shape, INSERT and UPDATE rejections and acceptances, the interleaved two-transaction race, the legacy consequence), unit tests for the mapping, and race plus legacy tests per update path. The PostgREST error shape was verified against a real PostgREST: the constraint name is in `message`, `details` carries the failing row and is never forwarded. feat(salary): recurring payroll lines per employee (#2042) (#2044)
* feat(salary): recurring payroll lines per employee (#2042) A standing per-employee payslip row derived into every salary run inside its validity window, e.g. a benefit-bike bruttolöneavdrag of -670 kr/month. Mirrors the employee_benefits pattern end to end: - employee_recurring_lines table with RLS, audit + updated_at triggers, and a salary_line_items.source_recurring_line_id back-link; amount sign and account format enforced by CHECKs - run-calculation step 8d3 derives rows with flags computed from the item type (gross deductions reduce tax + AGA bases, net deductions post-tax); derived rows are excluded from the manual-line set like benefit rows - CRUD routes under /api/salary/employees/[id]/recurring-lines with the same 401/403/404/400 contract as the benefits routes - EmployeeRecurringLinesPanel on the employee page, sv/en strings - registered in the BFL full-archive export Closes #2042 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): address #2044 review: feed recurring rows to the engine, guard deletes - Derived recurring rows are now appended to the calculateSalary lineItems set: they were inserted into salary_line_items but excluded from the in-memory calculation, so a recurring deduction never affected the payslip math (CodeRabbit, major). - DELETE deactivates a line that has derived rows instead of hard-deleting: ON DELETE SET NULL would turn a draft run's derived row into an apparent manual row that recalculation keeps forever; deactivation preserves the provenance link and lets the next recalculation drop the draft rows (CodeRabbit, major). The panel hides inactive lines. - POST employee lookup uses maybeSingle and answers 500 on lookup failure, 404 only on zero rows. - Panel: try/finally releases loading/submitting on network failure, and a request sequence guard stops a stale load from overwriting a newer list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): move employee_recurring_lines off 20260830140000, which upstream now occupies Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): bind employee_id to company_id with a composite FK (review) The dimensions pattern: UNIQUE (id, company_id) on employees plus a composite FK, so RLS company scoping cannot be sidestepped by pointing a recurring line at another company's employee (IDOR, CWE-639). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): address review: deductions only, race-free delete, engine and pg tests Review round on #2044: - Blocker: recurring 'other' additions removed from the whitelist, the migration CHECK and the panel. calculateSalary only treats ADDITION_TYPES as additions, so a recurring taxable addition rendered on the payslip without entering gross, tax, AGA or AGI. Re-add only together with engine support (recorded in DECISIONS.md). - Delete race: salary_line_items.source_recurring_line_id is now NO ACTION instead of SET NULL; the DELETE route deletes first and falls back to deactivation on 23503, so a deletion racing a concurrent derivation can never orphan a derived row into an apparent manual row. NO ACTION defers to statement end, so company-deletion cascades are unaffected. - Correction runs copy source_benefit_id / source_recurring_line_id, so recalculating a correction no longer derives the copied rows a second time (pre-existing for benefits, now pinned). - Engine tests: gross_deduction_other through calculateSalary asserts gross, taxable income and avgifterBasis drop while the semester base stays; net_deduction_union only moves the paid-out net. - pg-real tests for the new table: RLS membership, composite FK cross-company refusal, deduction-only CHECKs, and the NO ACTION back-link blocking deletes of derived-into lines. - Nice-to-haves: POST rounds the stored amount to ore, the redundant single-column employees FK is dropped (composite carries the cascade), the schemas.ts comment references the real migration version, and the panel explains the validity-window semantics (payment date, bounds inclusive, no proration). - Rebased onto main; the phantom-columns ceiling re-measured at 395 on the merged tree. - DECISIONS.md records the vacation-basis judgment call (semester base not reduced by recurring gross deductions). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): gate recurring-line writes on the writer role, 404 unmatched deletes Two findings from the 2026-09-02 review round: - Superagent P1: the write policies were membership-only, so a read-only viewer could write recurring payroll deductions straight through PostgREST, bypassing the route's requireWrite. The table now carries aa_enforce_company_writer_role, the same gate 20260902093000 attaches to every company-scoped table (it also fires inside SECURITY DEFINER bodies, where RLS does not apply). The migration is re-versioned to 20260902140000 so the function exists when a fresh database replays the folder in order. - CodeRabbit: a filtered DELETE reports no error when nothing matches, so an unknown or cross-company line answered 200 deleted: true. The delete now selects the removed row and answers 404 when it is null. Tests: pg-real asserts a viewer is refused insert, update and delete with 42501 while the row survives unchanged, plus a non-member case; the route tests pin the 404. 896 salary tests green, rebased on main. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(salary): pin the recurring-line payload column sets Answers the phantom-column ceiling finding with scoped assertions rather than a bare ceiling raise: the PATCH route test now asserts the exact writable column set, and the comment records that the pg-real test covers the derived-row shape against the real table. Making the PATCH payload a literal would turn a partial update into last-write-wins, which is why the shape stays unresolved. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): round recurring line amounts with roundOre check:guards naive-ore-round ratchet: the derived recurring row used Math.round(x * 100) / 100 (baseline 615, +1); roundOre is already imported in run-calculation.ts. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): guard the employees unique-key add against #2145 merge order #2145 (expense claims) also adds employees_id_company_id_key. Wrap this migration's ADD CONSTRAINT in an idempotent DO block so whichever of the two PRs merges second does not fail on a duplicate constraint. fix(payroll): require jamkning valid_to on every write path (#2058) (#2240)
* fix(payroll): require jamkning valid_to on every write path (#2058) A jamkningsbeslut saved through the v1 API or MCP with a percentage and a start date but no end date was stored and returned 200, yet the engine (isJamkningValid) never applies a beslut without both dates: the payslip and the AGI carried the table tax while the caller believed the beslut was live. One shared validator (lib/salary/jamkning-rules.ts) now requires both dates whenever a percentage is set and checks their ordering. Every write path runs it: CreateEmployeeSchema and UpdateEmployeeSchema, the web POST and PATCH routes, the v1 PATCH route (its private copy is deleted), the MCP create and update executors in employee-commands, and the MCP update tool preflights the merged row at staging time so the agent sees the error before approval. The update paths keep the existing touched gate, so legacy rows stored without valid_to stay editable in unrelated ways. The MCP tool descriptions state that both dates are required for the beslut to apply. scripts/list-incomplete-jamkning.ts lists the existing rows (percentage set, valid_to null) per company, read-only; setting an end date or clearing the beslut is decided per company since either changes the next payslip. Declined: defaulting valid_to to 31 December of the from-year. It matches most beslut but silently changes withholding on rows that today do nothing. Closes #2058 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0161fHpCX3rnWtidwwdGfCdB * fix(payroll): keep the jamkning PR inside the type and tools/list budgets CI on the first push failed on two ratchets this PR itself tripped: - Typecheck ratchet: the three staging tests added here reused the untyped 'agent_chat' actor literal the file already carried, which raised that file's error count above its baseline. They now pass { type: 'user' }. - tools/list payload budget: the first jamkning field descriptions on gnubok_create_employee and gnubok_update_employee pushed the projected catalog to 60 113 tokens against the 60 000 ceiling. The percentage fields keep a one-line "needs both dates or never applied" note; the date fields drop theirs. Also acts on the compliance swarm's GDPR Art.32 note: the read-only lister no longer selects employee names at all (the employee id is what the per-company decision needs), so the script touches no PII. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0161fHpCX3rnWtidwwdGfCdB * docs(mcp): say the jamkning percentage is rejected without both dates CodeRabbit on #2240: "never applied" described the pre-fix engine behaviour; the contract now is that a create or update with a percentage and a missing date is rejected before staging. Same length, so the tools/list payload budget is unchanged. The concurrency finding is tracked in #2256 instead of this PR. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): keep tools/list under budget after proforma landed on main After merging main (#2254 proforma fields) the projected tools/list measured 60 010 tokens against the 60 000 ceiling with this PR's two jamkning field notes. Per the budget test's own rule, demote a read tool instead of bumping the ceiling: gnubok_list_arsredovisning_versions goes search-only. Versions exist only once a report is rendered for signing or filing, which is the same switched-off iXBRL path as its sibling gnubok_get_arsredovisning_filing_status, already search-only since 2026-09-02. Still reachable via gnubok_call_tool. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(payroll): declare AGI for the payout month, not the run's period month (#2191) (#2228)
Arbetsgivardeklarationen is filed for the calendar month the pay went out (kontantprincipen), so a run for August paid on 25 September belongs to redovisningsperiod 202609. The generator, the submit route, the run page and the run header all took run.period_year/period_month instead, and three PATCH paths refused any payment date outside that month, which made lön i efterskott impossible to set up at all. - lib/salary/agi/reporting-period.ts: one dependency-free helper (agiReportingPeriod) derives the period from payment_date, falling back to the run period only when the date is missing. - generate-declaration.ts: XML Redovisningsperiod, the agi_declarations lookup/insert and the sanity warnings key on the payout month. New AGI_PERIOD_CONFLICT (409) refuses to overwrite another live run's declaration for the same payout month; corrections still replace. - submit route, run page (AGI panel, submission hook, tax-payment fetch, XML filename) and RunHeader use the helper; the header says "AGI redovisas för 2026-09 (utbetalningsmånaden)" whenever the two differ. - The in-period payment-date guard is lifted in the dashboard PATCH, lib/salary/update-run.ts (MCP staged tool + pending-ops executor) and the v1 PATCH, plus the RunHeader min/max; its only stated reason was the period-keyed AGI. Generated API skill reference updated. Existing agi_declarations rows keep their stored period: a declaration already filed under the earned month is a correction with Skatteverket, not a re-key. Rule verified against Skatteverket's guidance on redovisningsperiod (kontantprincipen). chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers (#2150)
* chore: repo-wide bloat sweep, remove dead code and fold duplicate helpers Remove 33 dead files, ~270 unreferenced exports/types, 13 dead i18n namespaces and 4 unused dependencies; fold byte-identical helper copies into one canonical home each (lib/utils chunk/sleep/utcDateStamp, lib/dates/iso, lib/invariants/uuid, lib/xml/escape, lib/reports/sru/format, lib/pdf/number-text, lib/browser/panel-request, lib/api/v1/body + v1ValidationError rolled out to ~55 v1 routes, booking-template schemas). No behaviour change: v1 bodies and status codes, MCP tool schemas, DB writes and money math are untouched. Naive ore rounding was deliberately not swapped for roundOre; see DECISIONS.md 2026-09-02 for the full list of things left alone on purpose. tsc, lint, 19588 unit tests and check:guards green; antipattern baseline ratcheted (naive-ore-round 622 -> 620, hand-rolled-invariant 115 -> 113). feat(salary): update_salary_run MCP tool and editable draft payment date (#2041)
* feat(salary): update_salary_run MCP tool and editable draft payment date payment_date drives the booking entry date but was only editable via the v1 PATCH. Close the gap on both remaining surfaces: - New staged MCP write tool gnubok_update_salary_run (search-only catalog; tools/list budget is at zero headroom) accepting the exact v1 PATCH field set: payment_date, voucher_series, notes. Draft-only with the same optimistic lock semantics, via a new shared service lib/salary/update-run.ts used by both the staging preflight and the commit executor. - Run header UI: payment date on a draft run is now an inline date input (prefilled, committed on blur/Enter, snaps back on failure), saved through the existing internal PATCH. Read-only once not draft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): op-type migration, calc invalidation on date change, scanner compliance Consolidated CI + review fix pass for #2041: - pg-real: add 'update_salary_run' to pending_operations_operation_type_check (wholesale re-create, NOT VALID + VALIDATE pair, mirroring 20260828160000/1). - Swedish accounting review: a payment_date change on a draft run now clears every roster row's calculation_breakdown (shared service and internal PATCH alike), so both book preflights refuse the run until a recalculation has run against the new date; skatteavdrag and the AGI redovisningsperiod follow the payment month. Staging preview exposes invalidates_calculation and the next hint states the clearing. - no-phantom-columns: literal select strings in update-run.ts; ceiling +1 with a documented reason for the inherent patch-shaped UPDATE payload. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): close skeptic findings on payment_date editing Skeptic round 1 refuted two paths; both closed: - Retry idempotency (correctness): the calculation_breakdown clear was gated on new-date-differs-from-stored, so a retry after a partial failure (header committed, clear failed) compared against the already updated date and skipped the clear forever, leaving a stale calculation bookable. The clear is now gated on payment_date being SUPPLIED, on all three surfaces (shared service, internal PATCH, v1 PATCH: the v1 route previously had no clear at all and bypassed the invariant). - Kontantprincipen (compliance): AGI derives its redovisningsperiod from period_year/period_month while the verifikat books on payment_date, so a cross-month payment_date change could book salary in one month and declare it in another. All three edit surfaces now refuse a payment_date outside the run's period month with the new structured error SALARY_RUN_PAYMENT_DATE_OUTSIDE_PERIOD; the UI date input is min/max-bounded to the period month. - The internal PATCH update is now optimistic-locked on status='draft' (races return 400 instead of silently writing), matching the v1 PATCH and the shared service, and the clear cannot fire for a run that left draft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): carry book_skattekonto op types through the constraint re-create The sibling migration 20260830130000 (merged from main) re-created pending_operations_operation_type_check with book_skattekonto_row and book_skattekonto_rows. This branch's 20260830150000 sorts after it and re-creates the constraint wholesale, so its list must be that migration's superset or the two values would be silently revoked at apply time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): value-validate internal PATCH and grandfather out-of-period dates Two skeptic follow-ups: - The internal PATCH now validates values, not just keys: JSON body must be an object, payment_date must be ISO (shared ISO_DATE_RE), voucher_series a single A-Z letter, notes a string of max 2000 chars or null: the same rules as the v1 UpdateSalaryRunSchema, so nothing unvalidated can reach the DB through the whitelist. - Creation does not (yet) couple payment_date to the period month, so a legally created out-of-period date must stay correctable. All three edit surfaces now allow day adjustments within the run's CURRENT payment month as well as the period month (grandfather clause); no move can introduce a new wrong month. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018zGah8Yy49esAwpnKGxiGy * fix(salary): resolve migration version collision with delete_draft_invoice Main's delete_draft_invoice PR landed on the same 20260830150000/150001 versions and also re-creates pending_operations_operation_type_check. Rename this branch's pair to 20260830160000/160001 (applies last) and carry delete_draft_invoice through the wholesale re-create so nothing is silently revoked. Final list = sibling's list + update_salary_run. fix(pdf): keep the minus sign on losses in standard-font PDFs (#1982) (#1987)
Intl sv-SE formats negatives with U+2212, which the bundled react-pdf Helvetica/Courier fonts cannot render, so a loss printed as a profit. lib/pdf/number-text.ts pdfNumberText maps U+2212 to an ASCII hyphen and prints negative zero unsigned; routed through financial-statement, kassaflodesanalys, reskontra, momsdeklaration, payslip (fmt, the literal Preliminar skatt sign and the calculation formula text) and operational-report templates, with content-stream regression tests. The K2/K3 arsredovisning templates keep main's formatPdfKronor from #2013. Closes #1982 |

feat(salary): agent path to set this month's per-run salary (#2015)
* feat(salary): agent path to set this month's per-run salary
Agents could not do variable owner pay: the only per-run edit tool,
gnubok_update_payslip_line, edits the display-only Grundlon line that
every recalculation rebuilds from salary_run_employees.monthly_salary,
so the fixed employee salary silently won (user-reported).
- lib/salary/run-employees.ts: setRunEmployeeSalary() shared service
(draft gate, roundOre, 0 = nollkorning, display-line refresh); the
cookie route PATCH now delegates to it (behavior unchanged)
- MCP: gnubok_set_run_salary staged tool (search catalog: tools/list
budget at zero headroom), op type set_run_salary (medium risk),
commitSetRunSalary executor, payroll:write scope, payroll_month
loadout + payroll-monthly skill step; update_payslip_line description
now warns that recalc rebuilds base salary lines
- v1 REST: PATCH /salary-runs/{id}/employees/{employeeId} accepting
monthly_salary (draft only, dry-run, idempotency key)
- Migration pair (NOT VALID + VALIDATE) adds set_run_salary to the
pending_operations op-type CHECK; base list verified against prod live
- Tests: service, staged tool, executor, cookie route, v1 route; spec
snapshot updated

* fix(salary): harden set_run_salary per skeptic + CI findings
- Clear calculation_breakdown when the per-run salary changes so the
existing book preflights force a recalculation: a run can no longer
be booked with gross/tax derived from the old salary (skeptic R1)
- Enforce SALARY_OVERRIDE_MAX (10 MSEK) in the shared service and the
v1 body schema: closes the unbounded/1e307-overflow path that wrote
Infinity -> NULL -> 500 (skeptic R2)
- Promote gnubok_set_run_salary to the default catalog: a search-only
WRITE is uncallable on Claude.ai (update_customer lesson) while three
surfaces pointed agents at it; payload ceiling bumped 63.8K -> 64.4K
with a ledger entry, read-demotion left as its own change (skeptic R3)
- Granskning label type_set_run_salary in vocabulary.ts + sv/en (R4)
- Display-line refresh is fire-and-forget again (write already
committed; matches pre-refactor route behavior) and DB error details
carry the SQLSTATE code for Swedish error mapping
- v1 risk metadata aligned to 'medium'; NOT_DRAFT message now covers
salary edits, not just roster changes
- npm run apiskill:generate committed (CI apiskill:check failure)

* chore(migrations): rename set_run_salary pair past main's newest versions
origin/main gained 20260828120000 and 20260828154800 after this branch
staged 20260828110000/1; out-of-order versions are skipped at merge, so
the pair moves to 20260828160000/1 (byte-identical SQL, reference in the
VALIDATE header updated).

* chore: retrigger Supabase preview after migration-version repair
The preview branch tracked 20260828110000/1 before the rename to
20260828160000/1; the orphan rows are deleted from the preview branch's
schema_migrations (preview only, prod never saw those versions) and this
empty commit re-runs the tasks.

fix(salary): surface employee-save failures and a typed 503 for the missing encryption key (#1996) (#2009)
* fix(salary): surface employee-save failures in the dialog and type the missing encryption key (#1996) Pressing Spara in "Ny anställd" could fail without any feedback: a thrown fetch or a non-JSON 5xx body escaped handleSubmit before setSaving(false) ran, leaving the button stuck on "Sparar..." and the dialog silent. Even when the toast did fire, the Radix modal aria-hides the root-layout Toaster, so assistive tech (and the E2E driver that found this) heard nothing, and the requestId support needs was never shown anywhere. - NewEmployeeDialog: fetch + parse run in a never-throwing helper, saving is released in finally, the body is parsed with json().catch(() => null) so an HTML/plain-text error page still maps through the HTTP-status map, and the failure is rendered inline (role="alert" in the footer) with "Ärende-id: <requestId>" next to the single destructive toast. - personnummer.ts: the production "key missing" throw now carries the registry code PERSONNUMMER_ENCRYPTION_NOT_CONFIGURED, and the SALARY registry gains a 503 entry naming PERSONNUMMER_ENCRYPTION_KEY with a "contact support" message and a remediation hint. withRouteContext emits the typed envelope automatically instead of INTERNAL_ERROR 500, which read as transient and invited retries that can never succeed. - Tests for the route (401, 400, 503 with requestId and no insert), the key guard, the registry entry, errorResponse dispatch on a coded Error, and getErrorMessage locale handling of the new envelope. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015nAd8XJ2RPCmG2eKoLBdna * fix(salary): address review findings (#1996) - NewEmployeeDialog: fall back to the X-Request-Id response header when the body carries no error.requestId. The route hand-builds its 409 (duplicate personnummer) and generic insert-failure 500 bodies as flat strings, so the inline "Ärende-id" line was hidden for exactly the DB-failure class the issue names; withRouteContext sets the header on every response. - Route tests pin that the 409 and 500 insert-error arms carry X-Request-Id. fix(payroll): expose jämkning percentage and validity on the employee tax form (#1988)
* fix(payroll): expose jämkning percentage and validity on the employee tax form (#1913) An employee with a Skatteverket jämkning decision could not have the adjusted withholding percentage set anywhere in the app: model, API and engine supported jamkning_percentage / jamkning_valid_from / jamkning_valid_to end to end, but EmployeeTaxCard never exposed them. - EmployeeTaxCard: percentage input plus required from/to dates in the A-skatt branch; null (= clear the beslut) when emptied or when no table applies, mirroring tax_table_number. Both dates are required because isJamkningValid only applies a beslut when both are set. - Edit page: PATCH body sends the three fields as explicit values (guarded on the card having reported), card initial seeded from the employee, read-only Jämkning row in the tax section. - NewEmployeeDialog: initial tax state and POST body carry the fields. - Legacy PATCH /api/salary/employees/[id]: merged-state jämkning check (start date required, dates ordered), same rule and messages as v1 and employee-commands, gated on the PATCH touching a jamkning key. - lib/api/schemas.ts: truthful comment on the engine's both-dates gate. - i18n: salary_employee.tax_jamkning_* in sv and en. - Tests on the legacy PATCH route (400 x4, 200 x3) and the POST route. The engine is deliberately untouched; the API/MCP contract (valid_to optional) stays as is, follow-up filed in the PR body. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01FkUfWtuFCUkNtRAgMQCse2 * fix(payroll): jämkning keys reach the employee PATCH only when visible and edited (#1913) Review findings on #1988: the card reported null for the three jämkning fields whenever its inputs were hidden (sidoinkomst, F-skatt, FA-skatt, ej verifierad) and the edit page forwarded those nulls, so toggling sidoinkomst or fixing a phone number on an FA-skatt employee silently wiped a stored beslut (which the engine still applies for FA-skatt). The two date inputs were also natively required whenever a percentage was present, so a beslut stored via the API/MCP without valid_to (allowed by the schema) blocked the whole form on unrelated edits. - lib/salary/jamkning-patch.ts (new): isJamkningEditable() and jamkningPatch(); the keys are spread into the PATCH body with explicit values (null = clear) only when the inputs were visible and edited, otherwise omitted like every other sparse field. - EmployeeTaxCard: jamkning_touched flag on EmployeeTaxValue, set by the three handlers; required on both dates gated on it; non-blocking hint (tax_jamkning_incomplete_hint, sv + en) on a seeded beslut missing a date. - Edit page spreads jamkningPatch(tax); NewEmployeeDialog initial state carries the flag. - Tests: lib/salary/__tests__/jamkning-patch.test.ts (keys omitted for sidoinkomst / f_skatt / fa_skatt / not_verified / untouched seeded row, explicit nulls when cleared, spread shape). - DECISIONS.md: one line. perf(bundle): drop the BAS chart and the Node crypto polyfill from the shared client baseline (#1942)
* perf(bundle): drop the BAS chart and the Node crypto polyfill from the shared client baseline
Two chunks rode along in the first-load JS of almost every dashboard route:
the full BAS 2026 chart (315 KB uncompressed, in 81 route manifests) and
the browser polyfill for Node's crypto/vm/Buffer (327 KB, in 26 routes
incl. login and register). Neither was needed on first paint; both got
there through static imports of helpers that happen to live next to code
that needs the data or the builtin.
Node polyfill (4 pure splits, behaviour unchanged, re-exported from the
original modules for server callers):
- lib/auth/bankid-flags.ts: isBankIdEnabled (login, register, security
settings imported it from bankid.ts, which imports crypto).
- lib/import/bank-file/formats.ts: the format registry + detection (the
import history imported getFormat from parser.ts, which hashes).
- lib/salary/personnummer-format.ts: parsing/validation/formatting (the
employee forms reached the encrypting personnummer.ts via tax-column).
- lib/auth/api-key-scopes.ts: scope catalogue, groups, tool map, helpers
(the API key panel imported STAGING_SCOPES from the key generator).
BAS chart:
- lib/bookkeeping/bas-lazy.ts + use-bas-reference.ts: the chart becomes a
dynamic import, fetched once per session after first paint; components
that show BAS names/descriptions call useBasReference() and re-render
when it lands. Until then (and on the server) only the hardcoded
account-descriptions answer, so SSR and hydration agree.
- lib/bookkeeping/bas-labels.ts: class/group labels out of bas-reference.ts
(account-descriptions needed a label and paid for the whole chart).
- lib/bookkeeping/bas-account-numbers.ts (generated, ~11 KB) +
scripts/generate-bas-account-numbers.ts (--check) + parity test:
isStandardBASAccountNumber for AddAccountDialog/ChartOfAccountsManager.
- lib/bookkeeping/account-classifier-{heuristic,client}.ts: the BAS-aligned
heuristic shared by the server classifier and a client variant that uses
the lazy chart.
- lib/bookkeeping/invoice-accounts.ts: INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING,
InvoiceFxRateMissingError, getRevenueAccount, getOutputVatAccount out of
invoice-entries.ts, whose engine import pulled account-backfill and the
chart into SendInvoiceDialog/PaymentBookingDialog.
- CorrectOpeningBalanceDialog re-seeds names when the chart lands;
OpeningBalanceRowEditor builds its Fuse indexes lazily; the
ChartOfAccountsManager BAS-katalog tab awaits the chunk.
Tooling:
- scripts/perf/client-import-closure.mjs: static import closure of every
'use client' module with the shortest chain to a target (file or bare
specifier); found every path above without a build.
- scripts/checks/client-node-builtin.mjs wired into check:guards: a client
module reaching a Node builtin is a hard failure (0 today).
Left as is: invoices/[id], its credit page and SendInvoiceDialog still
reach the chart through lib/invoices/issue-credit-note -> invoice-entries
-> engine -> account-backfill; splitting the engine is out of scope here.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(perf): unambiguous import-edge regex in the closure walker (CodeQL js/redos)
One quantifier per span: a greedy [^'"]* up to the specifier quote, which it
cannot cross, so a run of whitespace has a single parse. Same edges as
before (multi-line named imports, re-exports, side-effect imports; type-only
imports still skipped).

fix(mcp): honest tool text and build-derived server version (#1923)
Tool text that lied to agents: - gnubok_create_voucher pointed at gnubok_reverse_entry, which does not exist; the tool is gnubok_reverse_journal_entry. A scan of server.ts, skills/, prompts/ and structured-errors.ts found no other phantom names. - gnubok_reverse_journal_entry said reversal_date defaults to today; the executor passes undefined and reverseEntry() uses the original entry date (same as the dashboard). Description now states that. No behaviour change. - gnubok_get_vacation_balance promised an estimated semesterloneskuld in SEK but returned none. The tool now returns estimated_liability_sek using the same BFNAR 2016:10 day valuation as the year-close and the v1 vacation-balance route (dayValueSek exported from semesterberedning), floored at zero for overdrawn balances. Descriptions trimmed so the tools/list payload stays under the 60.7K-token ceiling (60,696 after). - gnubok_create_invoice said the invoice number is assigned at approval; it is assigned on send or mark-as-sent (ensureInvoiceNumber). - gnubok_convert_invoice: "har redan makuleras" -> "har redan makulerats". - lib/entitlements/keys.ts comment claimed bank_sync has no MCP tool while the map right below gates gnubok_connect_bank on it. Version: MCP serverInfo.version, the extension version and /api/health all hardcoded '1.0.0', so clients could not tell deploys apart. They now share currentAppVersion() (commit SHA prefix inlined at build), resolved once at module load so the definitions layer stays deterministic, with '1.0.0' as the self-hosted fallback so Docker healthchecks keep a value. serverInfo is not part of tools/list, so the catalog payload is unaffected by this part. fix(salary): keep the payslip's Ackumulerat total from going stale (#1911)
* fix(salary): keep the payslip's Ackumulerat total from going stale
`salary_run_employees.ytd_*` (the "Ackumulerat {år}" block on the
lönespecifikation) was written once at calculation time and never
recomputed, from a query that only counted prior runs already in
`booked`. Preparing next month's run before the current one is booked
(entirely normal) therefore froze a YTD that is permanently missing the
month in between, and the employee's payslip understates the year.
Seen in production: an August run calculated on 2026-07-23, three days
before the July run was booked, shipped a payslip whose Ackumulerat brutto
was 60 000 kr instead of 95 000 kr.
Two fixes, both in the new lib/salary/ytd.ts:
- `computePriorYtd` counts `approved`, `paid` and `booked` prior runs, not
only `booked`. `corrected` stays excluded: its correction run replaces
the whole month, so counting both would double it.
- `refreshRunYtd` recomputes and rewrites the snapshot, and is now called
at approval (the first status lönebesked can be sent from) and at
booking, on both the dashboard and v1 surfaces. Rows already correct are
left untouched; a failure is logged and never blocks an approval or a
booking.
The snapshot stays a snapshot rather than becoming a render-time sum: an
employee re-opening a lönebesked must see the figures it had when it was
issued. YTD is display and reporting only, so nothing here can move a
verifikation: the per-month tax lookup and the avgifter caps never read it.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(salary): fail loudly on a YTD read error and paginate the reads
Review follow-up on both counts:
- The opening-balance and prior-run reads discarded their `error`. A failed
read looked exactly like a month with no prior pay, so `refreshRunYtd`
would rewrite the snapshot to the current month alone and still report
success. Both now throw; `refreshRunYtd` turns that into `ok: false` for
its callers to log, and `runSalaryCalculation` returns DATABASE_ERROR the
way it already does for every other query error in that function.
- The prior-run and roster reads now page through `fetchAllRows()` ordered
on the primary key. A full roster times eleven prior months passes
PostgREST's 1000-row cap well before an employer is large by Swedish
standards, and a silent truncation there understates somebody's
Ackumulerat.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* refactor(salary): one paginated loader for cutover opening balances
Review follow-up. `run-calculation` and `ytd` each read
employee_opening_balances with their own unpaginated, error-discarding
query. Both now go through `loadOpeningBalances()`: paged via
fetchAllRows() ordered on the primary key, and throwing on a read error.
The error path matters more than the paging one here. That row carries
`karens_periods_adjustment` as well as the YTD carry-in, and a discarded
error looked exactly like "nobody has a cutover balance" - which would
drop a karensavdrag from sjuklön silently, not just understate a display
figure. runSalaryCalculation now maps it to DATABASE_ERROR.

fix(salary): show the AGI kvittensnummer from agi_declarations regardless of who fetched it (#1692)
* fix(salary): show the AGI kvittensnummer from agi_declarations regardless of who fetched it
When the kvittens cron (or the post-connect refresh) picks up a signed AGI it
deletes the period-scoped agi_submission_{period} cache on purpose, and the
salary run then rendered "Skickad till Skatteverket <date>" with no
kvittensnummer, signatory or signing time even though all three were stored
on agi_declarations. Since the cron runs every 15 minutes while the panel
polls only three times after the signing link is created, that was the
normal outcome for anyone who signs at an unhurried pace (#1597).
GET /agi/status now serves the receipt from agi_declarations
(kvittensnummer, response_data.signeradAv/signeradTid, submitted_at,
submittedAtEstimated) whenever the cache is absent; the cache still wins
when present because it is the only place the in-flight states live. The
declaration-sourced record deliberately carries no salaryRunId (the period
row is repointed at a correction run on regeneration), so ownership is
resolved from signeradTid/submittedAt against the run's agi_submitted_at
stamp and from updatedAt = submitted_at. AGIPanel labels the timestamp as
approximate when it is our reconciliation-time fallback rather than
Skatteverket's signeradTid. The MCP gnubok_agi_status tool uses the same
read.

fix(invoices): article pre-fills ROT/RUT and kundkort personnummer covers the claim (#1634)
* fix(invoices): article pre-fills ROT/RUT and kundkort personnummer covers the claim Two gaps reported by a user invoicing RUT work: - Picking an article with a housework_type (arbetstypskod) left the line's skattereduktion on 'Ingen': the editor never fetched the field. applyArticle now derives deduction_type from the code's Skatteverket list (disjoint ROT/ RUT lists, new deductionTypeForWorkType helper) and sets work_type, with the same overwrite semantics as description/price: an article without a code clears the deduction so a material article never keeps claiming one. 'Spara som artikel' round-trips the code back onto the created article. - The customer card's personnummer was never used for the ROT/RUT claim; the user had to retype it per invoice. The browser only ever sees ciphertext or a mask, so the fix is a server-side fallback in buildInvoiceWriteData: typed > stored draft > kundkort. The kundkort value is decrypted, expanded to 12 digits (new expandPersonnummerTo12, century inference incl. '+' and samordningsnummer), Luhn-validated, and encrypted into the invoice; invalid or unreadable values fall through to the existing 'Personnummer krävs' error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): gate the kundkort personnummer fallback on individual customers ROT/RUT is a privatperson deduction; customers.personal_number is individual-only in the Zod schemas but not in the DB, so a stray value on a business row must never be claimed on implicitly. fix(salary): declare, book and pay AGI in whole kronor (SKV per-sats computation) (#1611)
* fix(salary): declare, book and pay AGI in whole kronor (SKV per-sats computation) A user's first lönekörning surfaced öre amounts in the AGI payable while Skatteverket deals in whole kronor. Three connected defects: - the AGI XML rounded amounts (Math.round); öretal bortfaller (SFF 2011:1261 22 kap. 1 §) requires truncation, and FK487 must be Skatteverket's own per-sats computation on the whole-krona underlag sums (IK587, kontroll B_006), not a truncation of the öre-exact engine sum - the salary booking credited 2731 with exact öre, leaving a residual after the whole-krona skattekonto draw; 2731 now carries the declared amount with the remainder on 3740 (Öres- och kronutjämning) - the LB payment file and TaxPaymentPanel paid/showed öre; they now use the declared whole-krona totals stored on agi_declarations (which also lets skattekonto auto-settlement match the draw); legacy öre rows keep paying öre-exact so pre-deploy bookings still clear 2731 New lib/salary/declared-avgifter.ts implements the SKV computation (per-IU whole-krona underlag, per-sats sums, youth/växa cap splits, exact integer math) shared by the AGI generator, the booking split and the preview. Review overrides route all legs through the same per-category truncation; basis overrides are inert on money totals (they never reach the filed IUs); the v1 book route gains override parity with book-run; F-skatt rows ignore avgifter overrides on every surface. Booked runs show their posted verifikat instead of a recomputed projection. tax_withheld_override requires whole kronor. Adversarially verified over three /skeptic rounds. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: merge origin/main and re-ratchet the öre-round baseline The merge brought #1609 (net-pay öresavrundning) whose two new Math.round(x*100)/100 occurrences are counted against the baseline this branch had tightened from 637 to 629; 631 keeps the net -6 improvement without policing already-merged code. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): address PR review (hybrid override computation, legacy youth cap, robustness) CodeRabbit round on #1611, all findings in one pass: - computeDeclaredAvgifterWithOverrides: one shared hybrid for the AGI generator AND the booking split. Overridden rows contribute their manual amounts per category; colleagues keep the SKV-exact per-sats underlag computation (a FoU override on one employee no longer costs the rest of the roster kronor of declared accuracy) - youth cap keys on the RESOLVED category so legacy null-category rows classified as youth by the rate heuristic still get the 25k split - F-skatt rows zero their avgifter_basis on both booking surfaces and in the preview, matching the AGI's isFSkattRow invariant - preview route: posted-voucher lookup errors return 500 instead of masquerading as a booked run with no vouchers; 400/500 tests added - run page clears stale AGI totals when the tax-payment fetch fails - SalaryOverridePanel truncates the tax override to whole kronor so the schema's .int() cannot bounce a decimal input with a 400 - v1 book route override parity pinned by a lifecycle test - DECISIONS.md format fixes + superseded entry marked; exempt category mapped explicitly; unified truncation-drift band with rationale Declined (recorded): dating the decision entries 2026-08-13 (bot assumed UTC; the decisions were made after midnight local time). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): round-2 review nits (shared F-skatt helper, test hygiene) - isFSkattStatus in declared-avgifter.ts: single source for the F-skatt exclusion, consumed by book-run, the v1 book route, the preview route and the AGI generator, per the Swedish review's drift-risk finding - declared-avgifter test suite gets the standard beforeEach cleanup Declined (recorded for the summary): auto-generated correction voucher for regenerated legacy periods (data-repair follow-up needing Emil's go); SFF 22 kap. 1 par. citation doubt (verified against lagen.nu and already shipped in tax-tables.ts); 3740 scope doubt (BAS generic utjamning account, Visma praxis, matches the user's reference voucher). feat(salary): öresavrundning of net pay to whole kronor (#1609)
* feat(salary): öresavrundning of net pay to whole kronor Some banks reject salary payment files whose amounts carry öre. New company_settings.salary_net_rounding toggle (off by default): the engine rounds each net payout up to the next whole krona, never down, and emits a derived oresavrundning line item (semesterersattning pattern) that debits 3740 Öres- och kronutjämning so the salary entry stays balanced. Gross, tax and avgifter are untouched, so AGI/KU are unaffected. Payment files (pain.001 + Bankgirot LB) get whole-krona amounts via the rounded net_salary. Toggle in salary settings; payslip and run detail show the line item. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): keep employer cost on the shared definition; block manual rounding lines Skeptic findings on the öresavrundning commit: (1) the engine included netRounding in totalEmployerCost while payslip summary, KPI cards and lönejournal recompute the figure from stored columns, printing two different totals on the same payslip; employer cost now stays on the shared definition and the öre cost is carried by the 3740 ledger line. (2) 'oresavrundning' is excluded from the line-item create/update schemas: it is the only item type the booking keeps out of the gross reconciliation, so a manually created row would structurally unbalance the salary verifikat. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): add the item_type CHECK as NOT VALID, validate separately Compliance-swarm finding (SOC 2 CC8.1): the CHECK re-add scanned salary_line_items under the ADD's ACCESS EXCLUSIVE lock. Split per the house pattern (DECISIONS.md 2026-07-13): 20260813143000 re-adds the constraint NOT VALID, new 20260813143001 validates it under SHARE UPDATE EXCLUSIVE in its own transaction. The list is a strict superset of the previous CHECK, so validation cannot fail. Both files are branch-only, so editing in place is within the never-modify-shipped rule. fix(salary): skatteavdrag rounding trio (whole kronor, ,50 table pick, import prefix guard) (#1582)
* fix(salary): state percentage skatteavdrag in whole kronor (SFF 22 kap. 1 §) calculateJamkningTax and calculateSidoinkomstTax returned öre-precision amounts; skatteavdrag is stated in whole kronor with öretal dropped (SFF 2011:1261 22 kap. 1 §), the same rule taxForRate already applies to percent brackets. The two inline flat-30% branches in calculation-engine.ts (unverified F-skatt, no-table fallback) had the same defect and now route through calculateSidoinkomstTax. Computed in integer öre and hundredths of a percent: flooring the raw float product loses a whole krona when float noise lands an exact result just below an integer (1000 * 0.007 === 6.999999999999999). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): pick the lower tax table at exactly ,50 per Skatteverket rule Math.round sent a total municipal rate of 32,50 to table 33; Skatteverket's rule is that a fractional part of at most 50 öre picks the lower table and 51 öre or more the higher. Compared in hundredths so float noise cannot decide the boundary. Latent today (no kommun sits exactly on ,50 for 2026) but the code now matches the comment above it, which already stated the correct rule. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): reject two-week rows in the monthly tax table import parseLine only checked position 3 for B/%, so a two-week table row (14B29) would silently merge into the monthly fallback data if the wrong Skatteverket file were used as input. The day-count prefix must now be 30; a 14-row throws loudly. main() is guarded behind a direct-execution check (same pattern as generate-crontabs.ts) so parseLine is importable by tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): truncate toward zero, not floor, in whole-krona skatteavdrag Skeptic refutation: taxable income can go negative when deductions exceed pay, and Math.floor rounds negatives away from zero, so a payslip 1 öre negative would book a full krona of negative withholding (calculateSidoinkomstTax(-0.01) gave -1 instead of -0). Öretal bortfaller truncates toward zero: Math.trunc, with -0 normalized to 0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(salary): stop RLS from failing vab/parental absence registration (#1568)
Migration 20260517135000 rewrote the franvaro-specifikationsnummer trigger functions to insert audit rows into salary_absence_franvaro_audit, a table with RLS enabled and zero policies, while leaving the functions SECURITY INVOKER (its comment claimed implicit SECURITY DEFINER, which is false in Postgres). Every vab/parental insert from role authenticated (dashboard absence POST, web /pending approval, in-app Assistenten chat) then failed with 42501, surfaced as a generic 500, and left no diagnosable trace. - New migration 20260813120000: ALTER both trigger functions to SECURITY DEFINER with search_path pinned to public, pg_temp. No RLS policy is added on the audit table: trigger/service-only writes stay the design intent. - mapInsertError: 42501 now maps to the new bilingual DB_PERMISSION_DENIED code instead of INTERNAL_ERROR, and 23514 is split so only the 24h-cap trigger's 'Total tid' message becomes ABSENCE_HOURS_CONFLICT; other CHECK violations map to VALIDATION_ERROR. - commitRegisterAbsence/commitDeleteAbsence: log the underlying PG details and persist the sanitized structured code in result_data.error_code so the next failure is traceable from the op row. - Dashboard absence route: only ABSENCE_HOURS_CONFLICT passes details.message through to the client; every other code shows the registry Swedish message instead of raw Postgres text. - New pg-real regression test locks the authenticated-role parental/vab insert path, the shared per-month specnummer sequence, the audit rows, and idempotent upsert retries. fix(salary): apply percent brackets for monthly incomes above 80 000 kr (#1510)
* fix(salary): apply percent brackets for monthly incomes above 80 000 kr
Skatteverket's monthly tax tables switch from fixed krona amounts to
percent-of-income rows above 80 000 kr/month. The lookup only loaded the
krona ("30B") rows and clamped higher incomes to the last bracket,
under-withholding every salary above 80 000 kr (e.g. 100 000 kr, tabell
31 kolumn 1: 25 294 kr instead of 35 000 kr).
- fetch both 30B and 30% sections from the Skatteverket API; treat a
missing section as API failure so the bundled fallback wins over
incomplete data
- TaxTableRate is a discriminated union; percent brackets withhold
percent of the whole monthly income, ore dropped per SFF 2011:1261
22 kap. 1 (oretal bortfaller)
- fallback generator parses %-rows too; regenerated with 1 232 percent
rows and a guard that every table carries both sections
- keep the old clamp only as a warn-logging last resort
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(salary): fail loudly on incomplete tax table data (review findings)
Address CodeRabbit and Swedish accounting review findings on #1510:
- lookupTaxAmount throws TaxTableUnavailableError when loaded brackets
contain a gap instead of silently withholding 0
- a failed or empty pagination page fails the whole API fetch so the
bundled fallback serves complete data
- kolumn values are parsed strictly (decimal-aware, comma accepted);
malformed values fail the fetch instead of becoming 0 kr / 0 %
- importer rejects malformed column values instead of emitting 0
(regenerated fallback is byte-identical)
- close the bracket gap in the calculation-engine test fixture
- clarify the ore-truncation citation and use an absolute date in
DECISIONS.md
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(salary): validate income boundaries in tax table parsers
Round-2 CodeRabbit finding on #1510: income boundaries were still parsed
with parseInt, which accepts "100abc" and turns garbage into 0 or an
open-ended bracket. Both the importer and the API loader now require
digits-only boundaries; an empty upper bound is legal only on percent
rows (the open-ended top row). Malformed API data fails the fetch so the
bundled fallback runs; malformed TXT data fails the import. Regenerated
fallback is byte-identical.

fix(salary): recompute entitled_days on existing ledger rows and record pre-cutover taken days (#1403)
The vacation ledger sync carried entitled_days verbatim on existing open rows while re-deriving accrued and taken, so a stale entitled value (for example the flat 25 stored before Semesterlagen 7 § pro-rating existed) survived every sync. The recompute loop now re-derives entitled the same way the lazy-seed path does, with the opening-balance cutover still outranking recomputation for the year containing cutover_date. Opening balances could also not record paid vacation days already taken in the cutover year under the previous payroll system. New additive column employee_opening_balances.vacation_days_taken_this_year (NUMERIC NOT NULL DEFAULT 0, CHECK 0..40) threaded through the shared service, the Zod schema, the MCP staging tool (schema + mergeable fields), the staged-operation executor, the v1 REST routes, and the employee editor form. Ledger semantics for the cutover year, on both seed and recompute paths: entitled = remaining + taken_this_year, taken = booked-run taken + taken_this_year, so remaining keeps meaning remaining and the seeded value survives every subsequent sync. fix(salary): report F-skatt compensation on FK131 only, not FK011 too (#1402)
* fix(salary): report F-skatt compensation on FK131 only, not FK011 too An F-skatt payee's cash compensation was passed through as grossSalary unconditionally while also being routed to fSkattPayment, so the same payment was double-reported in the AGI individuppgift as both FK011 (KontantErsattningUlagAG, underlag for arbetsgivaravgifter) and FK131 (KontantErsattningEjUlagSA). Per Skatteverket's AGI spec these fields are mutually exclusive for the same payment stream: F-skatt payments form no underlag for arbetsgivaravgifter. Fix at the data layer: generateAgiDeclaration now zeroes grossSalary for f_skatt payees so FK011 is never emitted for that payment, while fSkattPayment keeps carrying it to FK131. A generator-side guard was deliberately not used because an IU can legitimately carry both fields for genuinely mixed payments. The empty-IU filter already keeps f_skatt rows via fSkattPayment, so no individuppgift is dropped; FK487/avgifter totals were already correct (calculation engine sets avgifter_basis 0 for f_skatt) and are covered by a regression test. Both the dashboard route and the v1 public route call this helper, so both are fixed. fix(salary): book net deductions as settlement lines so salary entries balance (#1374)
* fix(salary): book net deductions as settlement lines so salary entries balance Net deduction line items were skipped entirely in createSalaryEntry, so the credit side (2710 tax + 1930 net) fell short of the gross debit by exactly the deducted amount and the balance trigger rejected the voucher. Net deductions now book on their mapped settlement account (1613 advance repayment, 2794 union fee, 7385 benefit co-payment, 2799 other; explicit account_number overrides), aggregated and undimensioned like the other settlement legs. The default mapping in account-mapping.ts moves off 7210 so payslip lines, the booking preview and the voucher all agree. fix(salary): exempt F-skatt compensation from arbetsgivaravgifter (#1372)
* fix(salary): exempt F-skatt compensation from arbetsgivaravgifter calculateAvgifterRate() never checked fSkattStatus, so F-skatt earners were charged the standard 31.42% employer contributions even though they pay their own egenavgifter. This overstated employer cost by ~31% and booked incorrect 7510/2731 entries. Add an early return in calculateAvgifterRate for f_skatt (rate 0, category exempt) before any age-based rules, and zero the avgifter basis in calculateSalary so salary reports and AGI totals do not carry a false contribution basis. feat(invariants): shared format contracts + upgrade-path CI (#1364)
* feat(invariants): centralise shared format contracts, reconcile the org-number paths
The same format rules were written out independently across the codebase, and
where they disagreed the disagreement was invisible until a filing failed.
Worst case, now fixed: four Skatteverket- and Bolagsverket-bound export paths
each had their own idea of a valid organisationsnummer.
lib/skatteverket/format.ts strip '-' only threw on any input with a space
lib/salary/ku/ku10-generator.ts replace('-', '') first hyphen only, spaces survived
lib/salary/agi/xml-generator.ts strip non-digits stray letters passed the length check
lib/bokslut/ixbrl/validate /^\d{6}-?\d{4}$/ rejected the 12-digit form, no Luhn
A company stored with a space or in 12-digit form could file AGI all year and
then fail at the arsredovisning deadline with a message that did not say why.
lib/invariants/ now owns account number, ISO date, four-digit fiscal year and
org number, each with the rationale recorded next to the rule. normalizeOrgNumber
moves here from lib/company-lookup/ and isSaneDateString from lib/utils.ts; both
old paths re-export, so no caller changes. lib/api/schemas.ts builds its
primitives on the module, so ~100 schemas inherit any correction.
The arsredovisning check-digit verdict is a warn, not an error: a wrong Luhn
digit is almost certainly a typo worth surfacing, but whether every org number
Bolagsverket accepts satisfies Luhn is a Swedish domain question we have not
verified against a primary source, and an error there blocks Skicka in. We do
not block a statutory filing on an unverified assumption.
KU10 still passes a 12-digit stored org number through unfolded. That is
pre-existing, and whether the KU10 schema wants 10 or 12 digits is not covered
by the swedish-payroll skill, so it is pinned by a test rather than changed
silently.
Guard 8 (hand-rolled-invariant) tracks the remaining 114 inline copies as a
ratchet that may only go down, same mechanism as the roundOre guard.

* test(ci): add an upgrade-path job that applies new migrations against real data
The pg-real job applies all 548 migrations to an EMPTY database. Empty means
zero rows, so a migration that adds a NOT NULL, adds a CHECK, creates a unique
index or backfills passes trivially in CI and can still fail on production,
where the rows exist. CI proved that a fresh install works; nothing proved that
an existing install upgrades.
The new pg-upgrade job: apply the schema as it stands at the merge base, seed a
small real company (three posted verifikat, balanced lines, one ore-level
amount), then apply ONLY the migrations this PR adds, then assert the data
survived (entries still posted, lines intact, ledger still balances, ore
unchanged, voucher numbers sequential). A PR with no migration no-ops.
Verified locally against supabase/postgres:15.8.1.060 rather than assumed, with
three deliberately bad migrations:
rescale money on posted lines empty: would pass seeded: ERROR (immutability trigger)
CHECK violating the ore row empty: exit 0 seeded: exit 3
NOT NULL on a populated column empty: exit 0 seeded: exit 3
Base migrations are read out of the merge-base git tree, not the working tree,
so a PR that edits an already-shipped migration still gets the original applied
and the edit surfaces as a failure here.

* docs: record the invariants and upgrade-CI decisions
Two entries covering what this PR changes and, more importantly, the calls that
are not obvious from the diff: why the arsredovisning check-digit verdict is a
warning rather than an error, why KU10's 12-digit passthrough is pinned instead
of fixed, and why the ROT/RUT brf org-number schemas stay on their own rule.

* docs(test): mark the upgrade fixture as CI-only, never a production template
The fixture writes posted journal_entries and their lines directly, bypassing
the engine and the atomic commit RPC. That is the only way to hand a migration
pre-existing posted rows to break, and it is safe against a throwaway CI
database, but it reads like a sanctioned pattern to anyone who finds it later.
Says so explicitly, with the reason it is confined here (no voucher sequence to
keep gapless, no retention obligation on a database destroyed with the job) and
a pointer back to Hard Rule 2 for anything touching a real database.

fix(reports): stop the resultatavslut zeroing declarations, and make the mistake uninventable (#1293)
* fix(settings): explain why account deletion is blocked The delete-account button was disabled while the user still owned companies, but the reason only lived behind the "?" on the blocker row, so the greyed-out button read as broken. Surface it as one visible attn sentence directly under the button, and point aria-describedby at it whenever the button is disabled, not only on a load error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(enable-banking): share one PSD2 consent across a user's companies Connecting the same bank for a second company required a second BankID, and at SEB that new authorization silently revoked the first one. A user with four companies at one bank therefore signed four times a quarter and ended up with three dead feeds, each still rendering as "Aktiv" with a stale last_synced_at until someone pressed Synka. Prod says this is not one customer: every SEB customer holding connections in more than one company has had an earlier company stop syncing at the moment the next was authorized, most of them while the consent was still formally valid for weeks. The same measurement over other banks is far quieter, so the one-active-session-per-PSU limit is real and ASPSP-side. Enable Banking already supports the shape we want. POST /auth carries no account restriction, so a session covers every account the user ticked at the bank, and GET /accounts/{uid}/transactions takes no session id, so a second company can sync its own accounts from an existing session. bank_connections has no unique constraint on session_id, so this needs no migration. Adds lib/session-sharing.ts plus GET /reusable-sessions and POST /attach. When a live session in another of the user's companies still exposes accounts no company syncs, the settings panel offers to reuse it: the new row shares session_id and consent_expires, carries only the unclaimed accounts, and lands in pending_selection so the existing IBAN-aware account picker does the ledger mapping. Only the consent is shared; accounts, cash_accounts and transactions stay strictly per-company. Sharing a session changes three lifecycle paths, all handled here: - Disconnect and reconnect now refcount before revoking. A blind revoke would take down a sibling company's feed, which is the exact failure this removes. The count runs on a service-role client because RLS hides a sibling in a company the user has since left, and it fails closed: an uncertain count is treated as shared, since a lingering consent lapses on its own in 90 days while a wrongly revoked one kills a working feed. - A renewed consent fans out to every company sharing the old session, and re-points their account uids by IBAN. Several ASPSPs reissue uids on re-authorization, so carrying the session id alone would have left siblings calling retired uids and re-broken them every quarter. This is also why the superseded session_id is no longer nulled at /connect: the callback needs it. - The nightly probe runs once per distinct session and applies the verdict to every row holding it, and expiry mails are keyed per (user, session), so one dead consent is one probe and one mail rather than four of each. Only enabled cash_accounts rows count as claiming an IBAN. The callback mirrors every account in a consent, deselected ones included, so counting any row as a claim would leave nothing offerable once the first company connects. An account handed to a company also stops being offered while that company's picker is still open, closing the window where two companies could book the same physical account. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ink2): read the resultaträkning from the pre-closing books INK2R summed journal entries raw, so it included the resultatavslut that zeroes every P&L account into 2099 at year-end. Nettoomsättning, kostnader, periodiseringsfond and skatt all came out as 0, which cascaded into INK2S 7650/7651 and the taxable result. INK2 is always filed after bokslut, so this was every real declaration, and nothing warned: with the P&L at zero the balance sheet still tied out. INK2R now reads two views of the same period. The balance sheet comes from the closed books so 7302 keeps arets resultat via 2099; the income statement comes from the pre-closing books via excludeFinalClosingEntry, which drops only fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id so skatt and bokslutsdispositioner stay on the form (7525, 7528). The equity adjustment is now conditional on a posted closing entry having moved the result into 2099. Second, independent bug: accounts were mapped by BAS number with no regard for the sign of the balance, so konto 1630 with a credit was reported as a negative fordran instead of a skatteskuld and konto 2641 with a debit was netted off the liabilities. The three sign-reclassification rules the K2 iXBRL mapper already had are extracted to lib/reports/sign-reclassification .ts and applied to INK2R too, so both statutory reports present the same balance sheet. Only the rule table is shared: k2-mapper keeps its sumOre arithmetic because the iXBRL path is ore-exact while INK2R truncates per SFL 22:1. NE-bilaga had the same empty-resultatrakning bug and gets the same fix. Adds the closed-period coverage that was missing: the old tests only exercised the mapping table against an open period, the one state in which the engine happened to work. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): make the year-end closing decision explicit at every call site generateTrialBalance took two optional booleans, so a caller that never thought about the resultatavslut silently got 'include'. That is the wrong default for anything summing class 3-8: the closing verifikat posts the mirror image of every P&L account into 2099 inside the same period, so the report reads ZERO across the board while the balance sheet still ties out and nothing warns. The booleans are replaced by a required closingEntry: 'include' | 'exclude-final' | 'exclude-all-year-end' with no default, so the build fails until each call site decides. All 40 were audited individually; every one keeps its current behaviour except the two that were provably broken: - Resultatrapport read zero on every line for a closed year, in JSON, PDF and XLSX, and its prior-year comparison column read zero for anyone whose previous year was closed. - Resultat per projekt (dimension-pnl) had the same defect and must stay in lockstep with Resultatrapport to keep reconciling. Both now pass 'exclude-all-year-end', which keeps them agreeing with the formal Resultaträkning rather than pre-empting Stage 2 of #1051 (DECISIONS.md:632). Deliberately unchanged and recorded in DECISIONS.md: the KPI expense composition, which is blank for a closed year but cannot be fixed without a migration and a displayed-figure change, and getBookedBolagsskatt, whose contract is an open period and whose call chain already caused a too-high-tax customer bug once. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(vat): keep the resultatavslut out of the momsdeklaration The closing verifikat posts the mirror image of every P&L account into 2099 inside the same fiscal period. Revenue accounts drive rutor 05, 39 and 40, so any VAT period containing the fiscal-year end reported NEGATED turnover once the year was closed. get_vat_declaration_totals already excluded vat_settlement and opening_balance entries, but not this one. Reproduced read-only against production: for December of a closed year the December declaration reported ruta 39 = -794 734 kr. After the fix that period reports 0 and the January period carrying the real sale is unchanged at 794 734 kr. Keyed on fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id, not source_type = 'year_end': avskrivningar, periodiseringsfond and skatt share that source_type and must keep whatever VAT effect they carry. A reversed closing entry is retained together with its storno so the pair still nets to zero, the same predicate trial-balance.ts uses for closingEntry: 'exclude-final'. Migration applied to the staging branch only; prod gets it via merge. The pg test is written but has NOT been executed locally (no DATABASE_URL configured and no local Postgres), so CI is its first real run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(kpi): keep the resultatavslut off the monthly chart The monthly income/expense chart summed every posted entry in the fiscal period. The closing verifikat posts the mirror image of every P&L account, so once a year was closed the fiscal-year-end month charted the whole year's revenue as negative income. Measured read-only on production: 28 companies across 34 month-rows. The worst case charted December income as -10 347 459,81 kr where the real figure is +12,88 kr. Other examples: -1 868 731 -> +128 730, -1 850 501 -> +431 709. Both paths are fixed together so they keep agreeing: the RPC's monthly section now joins the tb_ex_ye_entries CTE it already computes for tb_ex_year_end, and monthly-breakdown.ts (the dimension-filtered fallback and the MCP path) gains the matching source_type filter plus the storno/correction chain of REVERSED year-end entries, so an undone bokslut does not leave half a pair behind. Migration 20260723180000 had recorded the omission as deliberate, on the grounds that it mirrored the JS scan. It did, but the JS scan was wrong. Migration applied to the staging branch (function body identical; three comment lines differ from the committed file). Prod gets the file via merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): pin every statement generator against a closed fiscal year The per-generator suites all exercised an OPEN fiscal period, which is the one state in which a generator that forgets the resultatavslut happens to work. Declarations are filed AFTER bokslut, so the untested state was the only state that occurs in production. That is why the same defect could ship three times. Two new suites over one shared fixture (closed-year-fixture.ts, a synthetic closed AB with a resultatavslut, a credit 1630 and a debit 2641): closed-year-statements.test.ts enumerates the generators and asserts each reports the year's revenue rather than zero, plus its own bottom line. The table IS the checklist: a new report either appears in it or nothing stops it shipping with this bug. Verified by regressing income-statement back to closingEntry 'include', which fails 2 of its assertions. cross-surface-agreement.test.ts asserts the surfaces agree with each other, which is what every customer complaint actually was. INK2R and the K2 årsredovisning must produce the same årets resultat, the same fritt eget kapital, the same sign reclassifications and the same balance total. The operational family (Resultaträkning, Resultatrapport) must agree internally, and the gap BETWEEN the families is asserted explicitly as bokslutsdispositioner + skatt, so when Stage 2 of #1051 lands the test names the expectation to change instead of failing vaguely. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(guards): ratchet against new reports that scan the ledger directly A statement generator that aggregates journal_entry_lines itself has to remember, on its own, that the resultatavslut posts the mirror image of every P&L account into 2099 inside the same fiscal period. Three forgot, and each read ZERO revenue for a closed year while the balance sheet still tied out, so nothing warned. generateTrialBalance now requires an explicit closingEntry mode, which makes that decision a compile error. This guard is what keeps NEW reports on that path: any generator under lib/reports or lib/bokslut that reads journal_entry_lines and is not in the baseline set fails CI. Verified by adding a throwaway report, which the guard rejects by name. Voucher and line listings (general-ledger, journal-register, SIE export, reconciliation, diagnostics) are sanctioned: they show the ledger as posted and have no closingEntry decision to make. Four existing lib/bokslut files are grandfathered rather than migrated. One of them is a genuine open follow-up recorded in DECISIONS.md: sarskild-loneskatt-calculator sums 7410-7419 with no year-end exclusion, so its basis reads ~0 if it runs against an already-closed period. Left alone deliberately: it is a tax figure whose call chain has caused a customer bug before and deserves its own verified change. Also ratchets naive-ore-round down 646 -> 641. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): pin where sign reclassification applies, in both directions No behaviour change. The sweep asked whether the 1630/2641 sign reclassification should be extended to the remaining balance-sheet surfaces; the answer is that there are none left. Both STATUTORY presentations already have it: the K2 iXBRL årsredovisning since 2026-07-23 and INK2R since 2026-07-29. The other two balance-sheet surfaces must NOT have it: /rapporter Balansräkning and Balansrapport are organised by account number under BAS-prefix headings, and balansrapport documents an invariant that depends on every row staying debit-positive where it was booked. Moving konto 1630 into a liability section would break the add-the-rows-to-verify-the-balance property and hide the account from anyone looking it up by number. Asserting both halves is the point. The first half stops the reclassification silently disappearing from one statutory surface again, which is how a customer ended up comparing two of our own reports against each other. The second half stops a future sweep "fixing" the operational reports into disagreeing with their own documented contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): detect statement disagreement instead of waiting for a customer Every year-end problem reported so far was a DISAGREEMENT between two of our own screens, not a single wrong screen. The årsredovisning said one figure, INK2 said another, and the customer did the reconciliation for us. Nothing in the product noticed, because each screen tied out on its own. Two additions: INK2R self-checks. On a closed year it compares the årets resultat it is about to declare against the booked konto 2099, and warns in Swedish when they disagree. This is the alarm that was missing: when INK2R reported 0 kr against a booked 469 542 kr, the balance sheet still balanced, so no warning fired. Mirrors the equivalent check k2-mapper has had since 2026-07-23, so both statutory reports now catch the same fault. reconcileStatements + GET /api/reports/statement-reconciliation return årets resultat from every surface side by side, grouped into families. ledger + statutory must agree and a mismatch is named; operational legitimately differs by bokslutsdispositioner + skatt until Stage 2 of #1051 lands, so that gap is explained rather than flagged. The visual panel is deliberately not built here: it needs a /frontend-design pass against the locked concept conventions plus sv/en strings, and the warning above already puts the alarm where the user looks. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): address review findings from PR #1293 pg-real (7 failures, one signature): the new fixture called insertFiscalPeriod({ isClosed: true }) and then inserted journal entries into it, so enforce_period_lock (migration 017, legally required) refused the write. Not worked around: the RPC's predicate keys on fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id and never reads is_closed, so the fixture now links the closing entry and leaves the period open, which exercises the path that actually matters. CodeRabbit, closed-year-fixture: EX_YEAR_END_ROWS dropped only the P&L legs of the year_end entries (8811, 8910) and left their balance-sheet legs (2125, 2512) at pre-closing values, so the 'exclude-all-year-end' view sat 160 000 kr out of balance and misrepresented what generateTrialBalance returns. Latent, because today's consumers read class 3-8 only, but a shared fixture that does not balance is a trap for the next consumer. Both legs now go, and a new test asserts all three views sum to zero. CodeRabbit, INK2 totals: renamed totals.resultAfterFinancial to aretsResultat. It holds the result after bokslutsdispositioner AND skatt, which is årets resultat, not resultat efter finansiella poster, and build-data.ts uses the old name correctly for the different subtotal. The UI already labelled the value "Årets resultat", so the name was simply wrong. CodeRabbit, statement-reconciliation: the statutory branch called a generator and caught any throw as "wrong entity type", mapping genuine failures to a null figure that the comparison then skipped, so a real bug in a declaration generator made the function report isReconciled: true. That is the opposite of its purpose. It now dispatches on entity_type and surfaces a generation failure as a named disagreement. CodeRabbit, enable-banking (Emil's call to include): fetchClaimedIbans returned an empty Set on a cash_accounts read failure, which is indistinguishable from "nothing is claimed" and made every IBAN in the session offerable, including accounts another company already books to. Its own comment said it failed closed and its log said "offering nothing"; it failed open. Returns null now, and findReusableSessions offers nothing when the claimed set is unavailable. The test that pinned the fail-open asserted toHaveLength(1) under the name "offers nothing"; it now asserts []. Also removed an em dash per CLAUDE.md. The remaining enable-banking finding (consent-expiry cooldown stamped only on the selected connection, so it leaks one duplicate mail per sibling company) is deliberately left to Emil: it changes email-sending behaviour in his feature rather than fixing a stated contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): resolve second-round review findings on PR #1293 pg-real, two NEW signatures (the closed-period one from cycle 1 is gone): kpi-report-aggregates-rpc.pg.test.ts asserted the exact contract migration 20260730090000 deliberately changes. Its comment read "year_end entries are NOT excluded from monthly" and expected December expenses 1250. That fixture's December holds only year-end-chain entries, so with the fix the month drops out of the chart entirely, which is the correct operational view: a month whose only activity is bokslut has no operating result. Assertion and file docstring updated to the new contract rather than the test being removed. vat-totals-closing-entry.pg.test.ts passed the wrong account arrays. p_net_ accounts is VAT_SETTLEMENT_NET_ACCOUNTS (2650/1650, the momsredovisning settlement pair), not the output-VAT accounts. Putting 2611 there made the extra year_end entry match the settlement-SHAPE detector, so an ordinary sale-with-VAT was classified a momsredovisning and dropped, and the test read 0 instead of 10 000. The RPC was right; the fixture was not. CodeRabbit, statement-reconciliation: resolveEntityType checked neither query's error, so a genuine DB failure (RLS, permissions, connectivity) returned null indistinguishably from "no entity type set", fell into the unsupported-form branch and reported isReconciled: true. That is the same silent-false-reconciled bug the cycle-1 refactor closed, one level down. The companies error now throws; a missing company_settings ROW stays tolerated, because .single() errors on zero rows and many companies have none. Mirrors the pattern the INK2 and NE engines already use. Still open by Emil's explicit choice: the consent-expiry cooldown is stamped only on the connection it was handed, so it leaks one duplicate mail per sibling company on the shared session. That changes email-sending behaviour in his feature rather than fixing a stated contract, so it stays his. Fix/bank sync bas (#1284)
* fix(year-end): stop revaluing FX items that were not on the balance sheet The year-end close ran currency revaluation as an unconditional step before the irreversible close, and the revaluation queried LIVE open invoices with no date scoping. An invoice issued after balansdagen, settled before it, or never booked at all was therefore revalued into the year being closed, writing down a 1510/2440 that stood at zero. Because the entry lands inside the same run that closes the period, the only remedy left was a rattelse in the following year. The population is now measured as of balansdagen, reusing the reconstruction the reskontra reports already use (fetchPaymentsAsOf / outstandingAsOf): the invoice_date ceiling is unconditional (post-dated invoices make the bug reachable for a current period too) and the widening to 'paid' applies only to a historical date, where a since-settled invoice was still open then. Rows that carry no balance-sheet exposure are skipped per row rather than per company: an unbooked registration is not on 1510/2440. Deliberately NOT keyed on accounting_method, since BFL 5 kap 2 § 3 st requires kontantmetoden companies to book their outstanding fordringar/skulder at balansdagen, and those converted rows are genuine exposure that ARL 4 kap. 13 § must value. The readiness warning stays ungated on purpose: an unbooked FX row is exactly what deserves a warning, because /book still posts it into the year about to close and lockPeriod/closePeriod then removes that remedy for good. The wizard preview now lists the per-invoice revaluation rows it will post instead of three aggregate numbers, so the user approves line-level content before the close. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): reach accounts outside BAS 2026 from a verifikat rattelse A user could not move a verifikat line to konto 8022: the picker reported no such account and offered no way forward. 8022 was dropped from BAS 2026 (it is in BAS 2018), so it is a legitimate company-specific underkonto rather than a catalog gap. Verified against the official bas.se kontoplan that our BAS reference already matches BAS 2026, so 8022 is deliberately NOT added to it: seeding a retired account would push it onto every company. StrikeLinesDialog and CorrectionEntryDialog were the only account pickers in the app that never passed onCreateAccount, so their combobox rendered a dead empty state. Both now open AddAccountDialog prefilled, then refetch the chart and select the new account on the initiating line, leaving the half-finished rattelse intact. AccountCombobox closed its dropdown on the fourth digit of any committed number, which hid the empty state before it was ever painted and made the create affordance unreachable for exactly the numbers that need it. It now closes only when the number matches something, so focus still advances to the belopp field for real accounts. No change to posting rules: correct_entry_lines_inline validates chart membership, not BAS membership, and account creation already required the same write role. fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise, while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production. Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that are not repeated. userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger. State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row, consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing. provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client. provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up. Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before the scoped check ran. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A) The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in 20260416120000; this bucket was left behind. Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining legacy prefix objects. The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail the whole query instead of filtering the row out. deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to erase. The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and SHA-256 identical before repointing the row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user had been removed from the company kept reading. Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error strings with the canonical envelope. Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every other v1 read endpoint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and had become the top application consumer of production database time: measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at 7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on the booking path. PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side instead turns that into two indexed round trips. Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling. Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead, since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows. commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column, which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped on the newest rows indefinitely. The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap; the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly. ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change sort semantics on the route that currently works. Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had them. The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters, because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a write that never happened. dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write, and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to 5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0. Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the full tree. The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the lockfile, never workflow files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily. Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which settles the intent. documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession: the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention. webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line place to change that. A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list, and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they are named rather than silently rotting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email. This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined by next.config.ts. Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry personnummer and financial data. verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible. The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not forwarded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md. Structural roots closed: - resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking 1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING - ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document, not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed - sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed - tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all four baselines now empty - three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import, ungated-extension-route Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap), RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/ Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites with isSwedishUserMessage extended. Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice, recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep work and are verified green together. 13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge. 20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres). Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0 errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and ~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass: - replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid() (impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo - bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns - credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no cross-tenant figures in exception text - link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end - personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE - same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse - receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts - period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap - documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping - invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression), duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran - match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat) - refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window) - KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint - personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools - worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths - MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk - observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True, cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings call removed) Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests * fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215 pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() = 'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text, reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved. Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column, and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no longer renders as already filed. Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern (all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215 - restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch - replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap warning texts and update the pinned test expectations - drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment - strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation. feat(mcp): payroll e2e parity: staged salary-run booking + absence deletion (#1075)
* feat(mcp): payroll e2e parity: staged salary-run booking + absence deletion Close the last MCP-surface gaps for running payroll end-to-end via the connector (the v1 REST API already had the full chain): - gnubok_book_salary_run: stages a high-risk book operation; on approval the executor walks review -> approved -> paid -> booked via the new lib/salary/book-run.ts (extracted from the dashboard book route, which now calls the same core) and posts the immutable salary vouchers. - gnubok_delete_absence: staged inverse of gnubok_register_absence, reusing deleteAbsenceRange with a dry-run day-count preview. - Wire the missing payroll operation types into the Granskning label map (register_absence, update_payslip_line, employee ops, vacation_year_close had translations but fell back to humanized snake_case). - Update stale 'booking happens in the web UI' prose in tool descriptions, the payroll-monthly skill, and the workflow hint; payload-size ceiling 56K -> 57K per the documented bump protocol. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(mcp): widen pending_operations op-type CHECK + roster typing for book_salary_run The op-type audit (pg-real) caught the exact bug class it exists for: book_salary_run and delete_absence were staged in code without the constraint-expansion migration, so every real staging INSERT would have failed with check_violation while dry_run previewed clean. Ships the documented widen (NOT VALID) + validate migration pair. Also fixes the strict-mode cast in book-run.ts that failed the production typecheck. Verified locally against supabase/postgres 15.8.1.060 with all migrations applied: op-type audit green, pg-real 692/693 (the one failure is the pre-existing TZ-sensitive get_unlinked_1930_lines assertion, green under TZ=UTC as in CI). feat(deadlines): gate AGI on employer registration + stop completing AGI at XML generation (#1062)
* feat(deadlines): gate F-skatt reminders on debited preliminary tax, add durable dismissal The f_skatt deadline was gated on the F-skatt approval flag (DB default true), giving nearly every company 12 monthly payment reminders for a tax Skatteverket may not have debited at all (64% of all system deadline rows, one lifetime completion). Approval carries no recurring obligation; the monthly duty is payment of debiterad preliminarskatt and exists only while the debited amount is > 0 (SFL 62 kap. 4-5 par., 55 kap. 2 par.). - Gate the f_skatt deadline on preliminary_tax_monthly > 0 (field already collected at onboarding, previously unread) and retitle it as a payment. - Storforetag keep the 12th in August (January-only 17th, 62 kap. 3 par.). - Declare the prod-only preliminary_tax_monthly column in a migration so installs built purely from migrations stop failing tax-settings saves. - Add deadlines.dismissed_at: DELETE on a system deadline now soft-dismisses it durably (hard deletes were resurrected by the nightly backfill within 24h); generator, backfill, and every read surface respect it. - Prune upcoming f_skatt rows for companies with no debited amount. Closes part of #1028. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(deadlines): gate AGI on employer registration, stop completing AGI deadline at XML generation The arbetsgivardeklaration deadline was gated on pays_salaries, which is wrong in both directions: a registered employer must file AGI every month including nil months (SFL 26 kap. 3 par.), and companies actively running payroll with the flag off got no AGI reminders at all (each missed monthly filing risks a forseningsavgift). - New company_settings.employer_registered (nullable, no default) gates AGI and the storforetag skatteinbetalning row; pays_salaries remains a fallback for rows saved before the flag existed and keeps its UI meaning. - Migration backfills employer_registered=true from pays_salaries=true and from actual payroll activity (salary_runs). - New employer_seasonal flag: sasongsregistrerade file only for payment months plus a December nil declaration, so only the December-period row is generated. - Settings UI: registration + seasonal checkboxes (sv/en strings). - AGI XML generation no longer auto-completes the deadline as submitted: SFL 26 kap. deems the obligation satisfied only when the declaration has come in to Skatteverket. The Skatteverket extension's kvittens reconcile remains the confirming path; manual filers tick the deadline themselves. Part of #1028. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): include dismissed_at in DeadlineForm payload The Deadline type gained the required dismissed_at field; the form's submit payload literal must carry it for the Omit<Deadline, ...> shape. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): make system-deadline dismissal atomic Constrain the dismiss update to source='system' and verify a row was actually updated: a concurrent regeneration can delete the row between lookup and update, and the route must not report a phantom success. Fix/skv connection flow (#1015)
* feat(salary): one-click AGI submission with filing state machine and success feedback The AGI panel required users to know that "Ladda ner AGI-fil" was the generate step, then click submit, signing link, and kvittens manually. A nollkorning filing stalled on "AGI-XML saknas" pointing at a UI path that does not exist. - New primary button "Lamna in till Skatteverket" chains the existing endpoints client-side: generate XML if missing, POST underlag, poll kontrollresultat, create signing link, open Mina Sidor in a tab opened synchronously at click (popup-blocker safe). Inline stepper shows each step; the four old buttons become collapsed advanced/recovery actions, auto-expanded in stale-draft and rejected states. XML download stays visible and free for manual filing. - deriveAgiFilingState() + useAgiSubmission() lift the per-period submission record to the run page: the progress rail and salary hero now render the real state machine (generated, underlag inskickat, vantar pa BankID-signatur, inlamnad med kvittensnummer) instead of telling users to "lamna in" an already-submitted declaration. - Success card with kvittensnummer and signature metadata once signed, plus a toast when a poll flips the state while the page is open. - AGI kvittens cron every 15 min instead of every 2 h so filings signed on another device get stamped and emailed promptly. - Advanced submit also auto-generates, and the stale "Lon -> AGI -> Generera" error text now points at the real buttons. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(enable-banking): instant OAuth callback feedback and dead-attempt cleanup The bank redirect landed on a blank page for the several seconds the callback spent exchanging the PSD2 session and mirroring accounts, and every failed connect attempt left a status='error' row that rendered forever as an "Atgard kravs" card next to a successful retry, showing duplicate connections to the same bank. - Stream a branded "Slutfor bankanslutningen" progress page from the callback: the shell flushes before the session exchange starts and a script/meta redirect follows when the work completes, with a 30s slow-work escape hatch. Fast outcomes (denial, bad params, unknown state) keep their plain redirects. - Delete never-activated connection rows (no session_id, no accounts_data) on denial or exchange failure, and sweep leftovers for the same bank on the next connect. Established connections keep their "Atgard krävs" card via the accounts_data guard; FKs are ON DELETE SET NULL so deletion has no dependents. - Show "Banken ar ansluten: hamtar dina konton" while the settings panel loads after the callback instead of an anonymous spinner. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): reject re-send of issued invoices and gate bookkeeping on the sent flip A direct POST to /api/invoices/[id]/send against an already-issued invoice re-emailed the customer and posted a second revenue verifikat (createInvoiceJournalEntry has no dedup), overwriting journal_entry_id and orphaning the first entry. Only the UI hid the button; the v1 route and the MCP commit executor already rejected non-drafts. - Non-draft invoices now return 409 INVOICE_ALREADY_SENT. - The draft to sent status flip is an optimistic lock (status guard plus row-count check); journal entry, accrual schedules, PDF archival and the invoice.sent event only run for the request that won the flip. - On a flip failure the journal entry is deferred: the row stays draft and a retry re-runs the pipeline, ending with exactly one verifikat. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): payment links, failure visibility and sandbox guard for recurring auto-send - sendInvoiceFromSchedule now auto-creates an online payment link via applyPaymentLinkToInvoice before rendering and passes the payment link QR to the PDF: parity with the dashboard and v1 send routes, which recurring invoices silently lacked. - The recurring cron persists last_run_warning both when a claimed run throws (hourly retries stay visible on the schedule) and when a stale schedule is rolled forward, so a deterministic failure can no longer skip a month silently. - Auto-send is blocked for sandbox companies at the email chokepoint (freeze-and-retain: the invoice is still generated as a draft), covering both the cron and the run-now route with one guard. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): close the Fortnox payroll API gaps (phases 1-4) Payroll now runs end-to-end through the open API, including onboarding a client from another payroll system, with every write staged for approval. - v1: per-employee payslips (list/detail/PDF), payslip line writes, run roster attach/remove, absence ranges (per-day storage), jamkning fields, cutover opening balances (single + atomic bulk PUT), vacation balance + vacation-year-close. PUT added to the wrapper's idempotency/ test-key set (test keys could otherwise write through PUT). - MCP: 10 new tools (get_employee/get_payslip/list_absence/ get_vacation_balance reads + staged update_payslip_line, register_absence, create_employee, update_employee, set_employee_opening_balances, close_vacation_year), executors, risk tiers, op-type CHECK expansions. create_employee encrypts personnummer at staging: pending_operations never holds plaintext. - Scope-map audit retrofit: 11 formerly unmapped tools now scoped; BREAKING for keys that relied on the 4 default-allow writes. - Cutover: employee_opening_balances (derived lock trigger, self-unlocks on run correction), engine YTD/karens/liability integration, Ingaende saldon section in the employee editor. - Arbetsschema-lite: employees.hours_per_week/workdays_per_week drive the hourly/daily divisors; legacy 173/21 preserved exactly at defaults so existing pay math is byte-identical. - Vacation ledger + semesterberedning/arsavslut: recomputed per-year day balances (synced on book/correct, non-fatal), year-close with the min-20 floor, 5-year sparade-dagar expiry to forced payout, and a 2920/2940 drift adjustment via the bookkeeping engine; Semester dashboard card with preview-then-confirm dialog. - Fix: Zod 4 defaults leak through .partial(), which made every sparse employee PATCH fail validation and reset defaulted columns. Migrations 20260713100000/101000/110000/121000/122000 (applied to staging with version rows; prod via merge). vacation_ledger renamed from 20260713120000 to avoid colliding with vat_declaration_totals_rpc. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: cut dashboard page-load latency (region, round trips, caching, VAT RPC) The dominant cost was infrastructure: Vercel functions ran in iad1 (Washington D.C.) while Supabase (DB + auth) lives in eu-north-1 (Stockholm), so every request paid 4-5 transatlantic round trips of auth + company resolution before doing any real work (measured 530-1900ms for single-query GETs in prod logs). Pin functions to arn1 and cut the redundant work on top: - vercel.json: functions to arn1, same city as the database - getActiveCompanyId: preference + first-membership queries run in parallel; the fallback result doubles as validation in the common single-company case (one round trip instead of two sequential) - withRouteContext: Server-Timing header and authMs/companyMs/handlerMs in the op-completed log, so latency is attributable per phase - dashboard layout: nav badge counts off the critical path; DashboardNav loads them client-side via the new use-worklist-badges SWR hook with debounced realtime revalidation - swr (new dependency, approved): global provider; useCompanySettings shares one cache entry across consumers and renders from cache on back-navigation instead of re-showing skeletons - /pending: realtime refetch debounced; bulk operations previously fired 4 requests per row-change event - VAT declaration: new get_vat_declaration_totals RPC returns per-account totals, settlement-shape detection (#984) and source_type counts in ONE round trip instead of paging every entry+line through PostgREST. Account lists stay TS-side parameters so ACCOUNT_RUTA remains the single source of truth. Shape-exclusion coverage moved to tests/pg/vat-declaration-totals-rpc.pg.test.ts; DDL already applied to staging. - bundle: CommandPalette lazy-mounts on first Ctrl/Cmd+K, AgentChat dynamic-imports the markdown parser, @vercel/speed-insights (new dependency, approved) added for real-user timings The /salary fetch-waterfall fix from the same effort already landed inside 2084a756. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): settle öre-rounded payments from the mark-paid flow An invoice with öresavrundning shows a rounded "Att betala" on the PDF; the customer pays that amount (up to 50 öre off the stored öre total) and the invoice-page mark-paid flow rejected it with MATCH_AMOUNT_EXCEEDS_REMAINING: a dead end, while the bank-transaction match flow already absorbed the residual to 3740. - PaymentBookingDialog now proposes the rounded bank leg plus the 3740 residual line (credit when rounded up, debit when rounded down), resolved via getDisplayTotal from the per-invoice override and company_settings.ore_rounding. - settleInvoicePayment and the v1 mark-paid route absorb the sub-krona residual, gated by planInvoicePaymentForLines: absorption applies ONLY when the caller lines carry the exact residual on 3740; otherwise the strict plan applies (sub-krona partials stay partial, no-3740 overshoots keep the 400), so the GL can never diverge from the AR sub-ledger. - planInvoicePayment absorb-band boundary tightened to >= 1 kr: an exactly-1-kr overshoot used to slip past both the guard and the absorb branch and silently over-record paid_amount (pre-existing on the bank-match path). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): resolve all 7 PR compliance findings - ASVS V3.3: per-request CSP nonce on the enable-banking finalize page (mirrors the mcp-oauth consent page); inline scripts are nonce-bound - ASVS V16: decouple callback finalize work from the response stream (eager promise + next/server after()) so a client disconnect cannot drop session persistence or the consent_granted audit emit - ISO 27001 A.8.15: failed audit-event emits log through the structured logger with a stable message for log-based alerting - ASVS V2.3: recurring-invoice cron and run-now routes resolve isSandboxCompany themselves and pass an explicit suppressAutoSend flag (defence in depth around the email chokepoint, freeze-and-retain kept) - ISO 27001 A.8.11: stagePendingOperation rejects plaintext personnummer-bearing keys in params/preview_data (key-based guard; EF org numbers make value-matching unsafe) - ASVS V4.5: employee PATCH body is truly sparse; cleared number fields are omitted instead of resetting DB values to hardcoded fallbacks - ASVS V8.2.1: route-level tests pin the v1 cross-company deny (404 by convention, not 403) on the payslip PDF endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: implement vacation-year basis change validation and error handling - Added tests to block vacation-year basis changes when open balances exist. - Implemented error handling for open-balances guard query failures in the settings route. - Enhanced absence route to reject reversed date ranges with a validation error. - Updated absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert for better performance and reliability. - Refactored salary calculation logic to correctly handle age-based avgifter rates according to Skatteverket's rules. - Improved error messaging for vacation year closure adjustments. - Adjusted employee opening balances handling to preserve audit information during upserts. * feat(settings): add validation to block vacation-year basis change with open balances feat(absence): reject reversed date ranges in absence queries fix(absence): update absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert fix(employee): improve validation for jamkning dates in employee updates fix(opening-balances): ensure created_by field is preserved during upserts test(absence): enhance tests for absence range and date validations test(calculation): add tests for age-based avgifter rates and edge cases test(semesterberedning): validate vacation year closure adjustments and error handling test(employee-opening-balances): update tests to reflect changes in salary_run_employees schema * fix(migrations): implement NOT VALID constraints for pending_operations and add validation migration --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add/stripe skv (#1004)
* fix(salary): align pain.001 salary file with the Swedish domestic bank dialect Verified against the Swedish Common Interpretation of ISO 20022 (Bankforeningen, Common Payment Types in Sweden, Appendix 1 Example 4: Salaries) and Nordea Corporate Access pain.001 examples v2.6 (2026-06-22), and XSD-validated against the official pain.001.001.03 schema: - drop SvcLvl SEPA (SEPA credit transfers are EUR-only; omitting SvcLvl gets the domestic NURG default) - drop RmtInf (not allowed for SALA salary payments; the beneficiary statement text comes from the Dataclearing LON code) - address employees domestically: clearing as CdtrAgt ClrSysMmbId SESBA, account WITHOUT clearing as CdtrAcct Othr with SchmeNm BBAN - share the clearing/account split (Swedbank 5-digit shift, Nordea personkonto prefix dedup) between the LB and pain.001 generators via splitDomesticBankAccount, fixing pain.001 duplicating the personkonto clearing - clamp MsgId/PmtInfId/InstrId/EndToEndId to Max35Text with the per-tx counter surviving truncation; carry the org number on Dbtr - return 400 from the pain001 route on an invalid clearing instead of emitting a broken file Also includes two unrelated decision-log lines from the parallel revisor-review session (DECISIONS.md is a shared append-only log). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav): surface the year-end chain in the sidebar Add Periodiseringar, Arsredovisning (aktiebolag only) and Inkomstdeklaration (INK2 for AB, NE-bilaga for EF) to the Skatt & bokslut group, in workflow order. Entity gating via a new entityOnly flag on NavItem; isActive carve-outs extended so exactly one row lights up for the new routes. Driven by an external revisor review that concluded these features did not exist because none of them were reachable from the nav. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): Stripe Connect integration behind config gate Connect OAuth per company (only the acct_ id is stored), automatic single-use Payment Links on invoice send, deterministic payment settlement against 1686 (BAS moved acquirer receivables 1580 -> 1686), payout booking with reverse-charge fees (6570 + 4535/4598 + 2645/2614), and a 15-minute sync cron. Non-deterministic events land as needs_review, never guessed at. Fully dark without STRIPE_CONNECT_CLIENT_ID: connect returns 503, the send hook and cron no-op, and the settings page shows 'Kommer snart' (hosted) until the Connect platform is verified. Self-hosted keeps the honest not-configured message. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): add shared completeTaxDeadline and fix dead AGI deadline auto-complete generate-declaration.ts has updated non-existent columns (type/period/ status) since inception, so the arbetsgivardeklaration deadline was never auto-completed. Replace with a shared helper targeting the real schema (tax_deadline_type/tax_period/is_completed), also used by the kvittens crons and moms handlers in the follow-up commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(rot-rut): import Skatteverket beslutsfil and record decisions on payout requests Parse the beslutsfil JSON from Skatteverkets rot/rut e-tjanst and record godkant belopp on the matching begaran: matched by stored skv_referensnummer first, then exact name among active undecided requests; arenden by fakturanummer then personnummer, exactly-one or the beslut errors (all-or-nothing). Never auto-settles: recording the beslut and booking the payout are separate acts. Exposed as an API route and the gnubok_import_rot_rut_beslut MCP tool. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): system auth for background reads, one-click VAT submit, kvittens notifications Hybrid auth program: system CCG (org certificate) for background reads while personal BankID stays for interactive submissions, since SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 min and crons structurally cannot run on them. All system-auth code sits behind SKATTEVERKET_SYSTEM_AUTH_MODE (default off) with a stub transport until the Expisoft cert and CCG avtal land; auth resolution is centralized in resolve-auth.ts. Also in this change: - One-click VAT submit chaining kontrollera -> utkast -> las server-side with a stage discriminator; step-by-step buttons demoted to the overflow menu. - Kvittens crons (AGI + new VAT schedule) with email-only notifications, deduped in notification_log under the new skv_kvittens type. - Ombud grant probe + verification UI in the connect panel, and a dashboard promo card for unconnected companies. - skatteverket_company_connections table with pg-real coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): auto-settle AGI tax payment from skattekonto and surface SKV reconnect on the tax card The "Skatt att betala" card only cleared via the manual mark-paid button on the run detail page; the promised automatic flip from the Skattekonto sync was never implemented, so paid periods stayed red. - settleAgiTaxPayments: during every skattekonto sync, a booked "Arbetsgivardeklaration YYYYMM" debit row settles the matching agi_declarations.tax_paid_at, but only when the amount equals the declared total to the ore and the account is not in deficit (deterministic; drift or deficit falls back to manual). - Salary overview card: reconnect hint when the SKV token needs re-consent (link to /settings/tax, silent when the extension is off), plus an inline "Markera som betald" button reusing the existing endpoint and salary_payments strings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add cloud backup scheduling and alerting features - Implement unit tests for scheduling logic in `schedule.test.ts`, covering various scenarios for determining if a backup schedule is due. - Create a new module `backup-alert.ts` to handle failure alerts for cloud backup auto-sync, including email notifications for reauthentication and repeated failures. - Introduce `schedule.ts` to manage scheduling logic, including handling local time zones and converting between local and UTC hours. - Add CSV report generation functions in `archive-csv.ts` for trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and general ledger, ensuring compatibility with Swedish Excel formats. - Create a README generator for the archive structure in `archive-readme.ts`, providing clear documentation for users accessing backup files. - Implement tests for CSV report generation in `archive-csv.test.ts`, ensuring correct formatting and content. - Establish a full-archive coverage contract test in `full-archive-coverage.pg.test.ts` to ensure all company-scoped tables are properly classified for backup. * fix(stripe): correct invoice clearing reference and improve type safety in sync logic * fix(invoices): narrow accountingMethod before resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType settleInvoicePayment takes accountingMethod as a raw settings string, but resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType requires the 'accrual' | 'cash' union. Normalize at the call site (anything but 'cash' books as accrual), matching the existing useCashEntry semantics. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address CodeRabbit review findings and nitpicks on PR #1004 Review findings: - backup settings redirect: always force view=export over incoming params - AGI/VAT kvittens crons: isolate best-effort post-submit calls, check the signed-state persist error, guard recovery calls in catch blocks so one company cannot abort the rest; surface grant_revoked in the run summary - kvittens notifications: atomic claim-first dedup with a partial unique index; map non-uuid reference keys to deterministic uuids - grant probe: record the actual 2xx status; mTLS transport: handle response-stream errors - stripe: amount-aware idempotency keys for payment links; emit stripe.disconnected on upstream revocations - ROT/RUT beslut import: mutate in-memory request state after apply, move item + header writes into an atomic apply_rot_rut_beslut RPC, add rot_rut_payout to JournalEntrySourceTypeSchema - migrations: use NOT VALID + VALIDATE CONSTRAINT for CHECK constraints on journal_entries, notification_log and rot_rut_payout_requests - cloud backup: hour_utc-only schedule updates clear stale hour_local Nitpicks: - stripe sync: enforce the cron time budget inside per-connection event processing with idempotent cursor progress; maybeSingle for settings; honest partial-customer DTO shared with the settlement boundary - shared applyPaymentLinkToInvoice helper for both invoice send routes, v1 docblock documents step 6b and PAYMENT_LINK_FAILED - settings panel: drop redundant decodeURIComponent - cloud backup: document worst-case archive memory headroom Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(salary): make pain.001 betalfil generatable (company IBAN + BIC) (#950)
The ISO 20022 pain.001 salary payment file could never be generated: the route required company_settings.iban/bic, but no settings screen wrote those columns, so every request returned 400. The specific reason was also swallowed by getErrorMessage (isSwedishUserMessage did not know "krävs"/"saknar"), surfacing only the generic "Förfrågan innehåller ogiltiga uppgifter" (issue #945). - Add IBAN + BIC inputs to Settings > Fakturering > Bankuppgifter. BIC auto-derives from the clearing number / bank already entered, so in practice only the IBAN is typed. Validated client- and server-side. - Route requires the company IBAN (canonical debtor form every Swedish bank accepts) and derives the BIC, with clear actionable errors. - Employees are unchanged: domestic clearing + account (BBAN), which is what Swedish payroll collects. Only the company (debtor) uses IBAN. - getErrorMessage recognizes "krävs"/"saknar" so payment-file reasons surface instead of the generic 400. Add/api and invoice (#911)
* feat(salary): validate employee clearing/kontonummer at entry Bank details on the "Anställda" form had no structural validation, so a typo in clearing/kontonummer was saved silently and only surfaced at Bankgirot LB generation (or never, on the SEPA path). Adds a shared validator (lib/salary/payment/bank-account.ts) wired into the create dialog, edit page, CreateEmployeeSchema, and the PATCH route: 4-digit clearing or 5-digit Swedbank (8xxxx), 5-11 digit account, both-or-neither. Mirrors encodeReceiverAccount so entry-time validation matches what the payout layer can encode. Update validates only when a bank field actually changes, so legacy free-text data stays editable. Includes a conservative clearing to bank-name hint (null for unknown ranges). Per-bank mod10/mod11 checksum deferred to a soft-warning follow-up. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(chart-of-accounts): styled delete warnings and bulk select-all Replace the native window.confirm() on single-account delete with the styled DestructiveConfirmDialog, and add to the prune dialog a master 'select all unused accounts' checkbox plus an explicit confirmation step before bulk deletion. New sv/en strings for the confirm titles and actions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): encrypt personnummer on v1 employee create; tolerate legacy plaintext on read The v1 REST create route stored personnummer unencrypted, which then threw ERR_CRYPTO_INVALID_AUTH_TAG on every decrypt-on-read path and 500'd the employees roster. Encrypt on write in v1 create, decrypt on read in the v1 list/detail/patch responses, and make decryptPersonnummer pass a raw 12-digit value through with a warn so a legacy plaintext row can't take the roster down. Encrypt seeded personnummer. Add a gated, idempotent backfill for existing rows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a manual entry as a reusable template Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual journal-entry form next to the existing "Anvand mall" picker, so users can capture a booking pattern the moment they work it out. Opens the shared TemplateForm (create mode) pre-seeded from the current lines via deriveTemplateLinesFromBooking, and saves through the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates. Rendered in both the mobile and desktop layouts and in create + edit modes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(pending): label all staged operation types The Granskning list rendered the raw snake_case operation_type (e.g. create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox) for any type missing from the label map, which hogs the meta row and wraps awkwardly on mobile. Add short sv/en labels for all operation types in OPERATION_RISK_TIERS, plus a humanized fallback for future ones, and simplify the label map to a plain operation_type -> i18n-key record (the icon/variant fields were dead). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): let users file moms without a Skatteverket connection The momsdeklaration was never gated on the Skatteverket connection (it renders from the bookkeeping), but the not-connected "Anslut med BankID" card read as a wall. Make manual filing a first-class path: - Add a "Lämna in din momsdeklaration" card under the report with a PDF download (SKV 4700 layout, hela kronor) and a skatteverket.se link. - Add a momsdeklaration PDF route + template; buildManualFilingRows() rounds each ruta to whole kronor and recomputes ruta 49 per the SKV 4700 formula so it ties out. The PDF is a read/record copy, not a submission file (moms has no upload channel). - Offer PDF alongside Excel in the report's export menu. - Reframe the not-connected SkatteverketPanel to "Skicka direkt till Skatteverket (valfritt)". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): compact new-employee dialog and warn on bad account check digit Redesign NewEmployeeDialog into a compact layout: borderless sections split by hairline dividers (no per-section cards), a fixed header + scrolling body + solid footer (fixes content showing through the old sticky bar), and denser grids. EmployeeTaxCard gains a `flat` variant so the dialog can host it without card chrome; the edit page keeps the boxed version. Add non-blocking Swedish account check-digit validation (lib/bankgiro/account-number.ts): mod10 (reuses luhn) + mod11, with a clearing->method table from the Bankgirot "Bankernas kontonummeruppbyggnad" spec, cross-checked against jop-io/kontonummer.js and verified against a real account (Forex 9420/4172385). Surfaced as a soft warning in both employee forms; unrecognised clearings return 'unknown' so we never warn on a valid but unmapped account. Never blocks saving. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): configurable send time + editing for recurring invoices Re-register the accidentally-removed recurring cron (now hourly) and add a per-schedule send hour (Europe/Stockholm, DST-aware). The cron never sends for a past date, and the enabling migration pauses every existing schedule on deploy so nothing auto-sends behind a user's back; users reactivate consciously (with a confirm) or click "Skapa faktura nu" to send this month on demand. Automatic sending now requires a customer email. Adds a full edit flow (row click opens the prefilled form, PATCH), fixing the row-click 404. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): configure självfaktura via the invoice API Add an optional is_self_billed flag (plus external_invoice_number, self_billing_agreement_ref, received_date) to the public invoice-create endpoint so callers can register a received self-billing invoice (mottagen självfaktura, ML 17 kap 15§) via the API. It was previously only reachable from the internal dashboard route, so it was missing from the API docs. Extract the booking into a shared service (lib/invoices/self-billed-sale.ts) and refactor the internal /api/invoices/self-billed route to a thin wrapper over it, so the dashboard and the API cannot drift. Books as a sale (Debit 1510 / Credit 30xx+26xx) with the counterparty's number; no own number is consumed. Fields are plain optionals (no schema refine) so UpdateInvoiceSchema.omit() keeps working; required-when-self-billed is enforced in the route. Documented in the endpoint registry. No migration (columns already exist). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(settings): allow a partial voucher-series-per-source-type map In Zod 4 an enum-keyed z.record is exhaustive (every source_type required), so saving a default_voucher_series_per_source_type map that omits a source type (e.g. the newly added result_appropriation) failed with "expected string, received undefined". Use partialRecord so the map can be sparse; the engine falls back to series 'A' for any unmapped key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(salary): resolve employer name via getCompanyDisplayName Payslip PDFs, the payslip email, AGI, KU10, and the BG/LB + SEPA payment files now resolve the employer name through getCompanyDisplayName (company_settings.company_name, falling back to companies.name), matching how invoices already display it. Read-side coalesce, so no migration or backfill: companies.name is write-once at onboarding and not authoritative for these surfaces. The sidebar company switcher uses the same coalesce for the non-active companies in the list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(kontoplan): index-only account usage counts + lighter reference load Add a covering index on journal_entry_lines (journal_entry_id, account_number) so get_account_usage_counts becomes an index-only scan (prod worst case ~440ms). Slim /api/bookkeeping/accounts/reference to return only the company's activation rows and merge against the client-bundled BAS_REFERENCE instead of re-sending the full ~1,300-account catalog every load, and defer the BAS catalog + usage counts off the first-paint critical path in ChartOfAccountsManager. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * i18n(salary): add bank-account checksum warning string sv/en strings for the employee bank-account (clearing/kontonummer) soft checksum warning shown by the create/edit forms. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: update decision log Append the 2026-07-06/07 decision entries (salary employer-name coalesce, sidebar switcher, employees API personnummer fix, kontoplan load optimization, momsdeklaration manual filing, recurring invoices resend + reactivation + editing, "spara som mall", voucher-series partial map, and självfaktura via the invoice API). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address compliance-review findings on recurring invoices + moms filing - recurring cron: close the double-send window with an atomic compare-and-set claim on last_run_at (release-on-failure) so two overlapping hourly runs can't both spawn from the same stale batch row - recurring edit dialog: force auto_send=false whenever the effective customer has no email, so a disabled-but-checked box can't PATCH auto_send=true after the async customer load - momsdeklaration manual-filing: truncate rutor to whole kronor (öretal faller bort per SFL 22 kap 1 §) instead of round-to-nearest, matching the SRU path Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Check/salary bankid api (#892)
* fix(bankid): harden login/signup flow — polling, signup rollback, metadata merge, enrichment lookup - middleware: read BankID enrichment from the bankid_enrichment table (the extension_data path has been dead since the multi-tenant refactor), so company-less BankID users land on /select-company instead of the manual wizard - BankIdAuth: hard 6-min poll deadline; every failed poll counts toward the give-up limit; guard overlapping ticks so completion runs exactly once (a double /complete regenerated the magic link and invalidated the first, failing logins intermittently); retry clicks wait out the start cooldown instead of silently no-oping; Swedish messages for 429/unknown start errors - bankid/complete: all-or-nothing signup — delete the created user when the identity insert, app_metadata update, or magic-link generation fails, so a retry starts clean instead of hitting account_exists with an unusable account - bankid/unlink: read-merge-write app_metadata so has_password survives unlink (BankID-only users could otherwise strand themselves with no login method) - login: BankID "create account" CTA now links to /register instead of dismissing the notice; sv.json: fix missing å/ä/ö in settings_bankid strings Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: move secondary guides into docs/, delete dead root files Move DOCKER.md, SELF-HOSTING.md, WHITELABEL.md and extensions.md (renamed EXTENSIONS.md) into a new docs/ folder and update all path references (README, setup.sh, .dockerignore image rules, docker-publish workflow comment, _example-branding, lib/branding/service.ts). Delete two dead root files: customer.json (stray API-test payload) and findings.md (point-in-time swarm audit export, criticals already filed). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Emil <emilmattsson14@gmail.com> * fix(api): security & correctness hardening + withRouteContext MFA migration across API routes Audit of ~100 app/api routes. Highlights: Security - agent/conversations: list leaked colleagues' titles + message previews (company-scoped RLS, no user filter) -> user-scoped - calendar/feed PUT: raw body into .update() allowed feed_token fixation on a public unauthenticated URL -> strict schema, content toggles only - bokslutsdispositioner: unbounded schablonintaktRate could inflate the IL 30 kap 25% periodiseringsfond cap base -> bounded - agent profile/composer/onboarding: viewers could rewrite the agent profile while sibling /verify blocked them -> role-gated Correctness - account-totals / listAssets: unbounded queries silently truncated at 1000 rows (under-counted money; skipped assets at year-end depreciation) -> fetchAllRows with stable order (+3 more pagination fixes) - voucher-gaps: swallowed detect_voucher_gaps RPC errors (BFNAR gap view could show "no gaps" when the check never ran) -> surfaced - 5 phantom-success writes (OK on zero matched rows) fixed - assets K3 component-sum validated against stale acquisition_cost -> fixed - invite silent email-send failure -> response carries email_sent; deadlines/calendar cast-then-check JSON crashes -> Zod Convention - ~44 legacy routes converted to withRouteContext (MFA); added Zod validation, corrected status codes, console.* -> lib/logger Response shapes preserved for existing callers. ~110 new tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): save a booking as a reusable template from Bokför direkt Add a "Spara som mall" action to the manual booking dialog so users can capture a kontering they just worked out as a booking template — right where they figured out how something should be booked. - derive amount-parameterised template lines from the concrete booking (settlement = the non-VAT leg nearest the total, 26xx = a VAT line with its rate snapped to the nearest standard rate, the rest = business ratios; line labels come from the loaded BAS chart) - extract the shared TemplateForm out of BookingTemplatesPanel so the booking dialog reuses the same editor, live preview and convertibility hints instead of duplicating them - save via the existing POST /api/settings/booking-templates endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bokslut): render arsredovisning RR/BR at ÅRL post level — no kontonummer Bolagsverket rejected a user's filed årsredovisning with "Balansräkning och resultaträkning ska inte innehålla kontonummer": the PDF built every statement row as per-account "1930 Företagskonto" lines while the iXBRL filing path already aggregated to statutory posts, so the two artifacts diverged. The PDF statements now derive from the same K2 risbs mapping the iXBRL document uses (mapTrialBalancesToK2), via a new statement-rows.ts that emits post-level rows in uppställningsform order for both the K2 and K3 templates. Also fixed along the way: - Jämförelseår column (ÅRL 3:5 §) — previous-year trial balances now load and render; the old PDF had no comparatives at all. - mapping.warnings (unmapped accounts, RR ≠ 2099, obalans, reclass nudges) flow into ArsredovisningData.warnings so the wizard flags a non-fileable document before download. - Flerårsöversikt current/previous year overridden with the mapper's strict-3000–3799 Nettoomsattning, mirroring build-input's duplicate-fact rule, so the FB table ties to the RR. - FB eget kapital-table is post-level and drops obeskattade reserver (never eget kapital); K3 equity-changes statement uses real prior-year opening balances with derived utdelning/nyemission residuals that tie the roll-forward exactly to booked UB. - build-input dedupes warnings now that the PDF path runs the same mapping. Regression test asserts no RR/BR label ever contains a four-digit account number again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): diagnose untransferred prior-year results behind balance-sheet differens Prod incident (97 kr): a multi-year SIE migration lacked one year's omforing av arets resultat; the residual corrupted every later derived opening balance and Balansrakningen showed a bare "Differens: 97 kr" with no explanation. Continuity checking cannot catch this failure mode (prior-year UB and derived IB match per-account by construction) - the invariant that actually breaks is per-year P&L = 0 for all non-latest years. - lib/reports/imbalance-diagnosis.ts: shared detector (findUntransferredResults + buildImbalanceDiagnosis) - Balansrakning/Balansrapport attach imbalance_diagnosis when unbalanced, naming the exact culprit years; rendered in web views + PDF; MCP gnubok_get_balance_sheet inherits the field via spread - SIE import: parse-time warning when a completed year's vouchers leave a P&L residual, plus a post-import DB walk surfacing culprits as warnings and structured details.untransferredResults; the Arcim migration workspace previously dropped result.warnings entirely and now renders them - opening-balance/correct: pre-flight the company lock date and return 409 OB_COMPANY_LOCK_DATE (retryable: false, lock date interpolated in the client message) instead of the retryable 500 that invited blind retries; catch-path maps a raced trigger rejection to the same code Diagnosis runs only on unbalanced paths (zero cost when healthy) and never fails the report or the import. No migration, nothing persisted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: production error remediation — FX rates, deadlines, log levels, correction relink Batch of fixes for recurring Vercel runtime errors: - Riksbanken FX rates: persistent read-through cache (exchange_rates table), one retry honoring Retry-After on 429/5xx, bounded ingest concurrency, and an honest fallback — most recent cached observation or null, never a hardcoded rate silently booked into amount_sek. Unrated transactions stay repairable via refresh-exchange-rate. - Tax deadline regeneration inserts replacement rows before deleting the superseded set, so a failed insert no longer wipes a company's deadlines (the 23502 user_id regression did exactly that). Migration makes deadlines.user_id nullable for system-generated rows. - Route wrappers + errorResponse log 4xx outcomes at warn so only genuine 5xx reach Vercel's runtime-error clustering; client-supplied /api/log telemetry demoted to warn as well. - application/json documents (raw PSD2 responses archived per BFL) validate as parseable JSON with object/array root instead of always failing the magic-byte check. - correctEntry surfaces document-relink failures to callers, and the BFL document-immutability trigger now allows relinking underlag from a reversed entry to its correction (migration + pg test). - Middleware clears stale session cookies on /api requests too, using scope 'local' so cleanup doesn't re-trigger the failed token refresh. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(skatteverket): persist token health and stop retrying dead consents Terminal auth errors (SESSION_EXPIRED, REFRESH_EXHAUSTED, MISSING_SCOPE, TOKEN_CORRUPTED) mark the token row needs_reconsent with the error code and timestamp — SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 minutes, so once expired nothing recovers without a fresh BankID consent. The AGI kvittens and skattekonto sync crons skip flagged connections instead of failing every night, and the settings panel prompts for re-consent proactively. A successful reconnect resets the row to active. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(banking): allocate distinct BAS ledger slots for PSD2 mirror accounts A bank returning N same-currency accounts used to map them all onto the currency default (1930/1932/1933/1934), tripping the UNIQUE (company_id, ledger_account) constraint per-account — swallowed errors left accounts silently unmirrored. allocatePsd2LedgerAccount now hands out the currency default first, then free 1931–1959 sub-account slots, skipping slots held by any existing row. - Callback persists allocations to accounts_data so the picker pre-fills reality; reconnect reuses previously mirrored ledgers instead of re-deriving (a user remap to 1935 survives). - Selection save resolves effective ledgers up front and rejects duplicates or cross-connection conflicts with a 400 instead of silently skipping the mirror. - Bank error codes + psu_type are forwarded to the settings page for every OAuth error, keying the Handelsbanken corporate fullmakt guidance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(agent): stage exact journal lines on categorization previews Categorization previews only carried debit/credit accounts, the GROSS amount, and separate VAT rows — read together that looks like an unbalanced 'gross on cost account + VAT debit' entry, and it misled both users and agents into rejecting correct proposals. The MCP preview and the pending-operation PATCH now materialize the exact lines the commit executor will post (net cost line, VAT line, gross bank line, SEK) via buildTransactionEntryLines, and PATCH re-derives them from the new mapping instead of spreading stale staged lines. ApprovalCard and /pending render the verifikat lines, falling back to the legacy summary only for operations staged before this fix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): prune unused imported accounts from the chart SIE imports routinely bring in hundreds of accounts that were never used and clutter the kontoplan. New account_usage_counts RPC (one grouped query instead of a count per account) backs GET /api/bookkeeping/accounts/usage, and POST /api/bookkeeping/accounts/prune deletes zero-usage accounts — dry-run first, then an explicit account list capped at 2000. Accounts with journal lines are skipped, never deleted. The chart manager shows a usage column and a prune dialog grouping custom accounts vs unused BAS-seeded ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(api): carry dimensions through v1 invoice and supplier-invoice surfaces Credit-note creation now copies default_dimensions and per-line dimensions from the original, so the reversing journal entry nets against the same dimension cells instead of dropping them. List/detail responses expose the dimension fields, and the OpenAPI spec snapshot follows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: batch serial Supabase round-trips on hot dashboard paths Every dashboard render pays the layout's query chain, so serialized awaits are direct wall-clock: the layout, chat conversation, invoice detail, supplier detail, select-company, and agent-onboarding pages now run their independent lookups in parallel batches, and getCompanyCapabilities folds its disabled-config read into the same round-trip. JournalEntryList hydrates the saved fiscal-year scope optimistically instead of serializing the first entries fetch behind the fiscal-periods request. The supplier detail page filters invoices server-side via a new supplier_id query param instead of fetching the whole company ledger, and the invoice editor (with its framer-motion dependency) lazy-loads so it stops shipping with the invoice list bundle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): one-click runs, payslip delivery, payments settings, run cockpit Salary P1 batch, driving the 20-click flow toward 3 clicks: - One-click 'Starta lönekörning': POST /api/salary/runs accepts an empty body and resolves defaults server-side — period follows the latest non-corrected run, payment date from the new salary_pay_day setting, series from the per-source-type map. The separate /salary/runs/new page is gone. - Run detail page rebuilt as a step-railed cockpit (progress rail, KPI cards, employee ledger, journal preview) on a deliberately wider canvas; components extracted to components/salary/run/. - Payslip delivery: tokenized public payslip pages (/payslip/[token], backed by salary_payslip_links) plus per-employee email send with PDF — employees need no account, and the middleware exempts the route from auth redirects. - Payments settings: salary pay day, default bank, and pain.001 vs Bankgirot Lön format with per-bank upload instructions and an LB sunset warning (banks retire LB during 2026). - AGI panel: full submission status flows (stale drafts, signing links, kvittens polling, error reports); tax payment panel with skattekonto shortcut and mark-as-paid. - Salary calendar bulk editing, employee benefits/tax-card polish, municipality tax-table lookup improvements. messages/sv+en also carry the strings for the account-prune, skatteverket-reconsent, and banking surfaces committed just before this. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: adopt Next 16 proxy.ts convention + repo housekeeping - Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts with the proxy() export (Next 16 renamed the middleware convention; behavior unchanged). - Exclude dev_docs/ from tsconfig so stray snippets in planning docs don't break the build type-check. - Ratchet antipatterns-baseline down (raw-route-auth 165 → 119) to lock in the withRouteContext migration from 5cfd2b76. - template-library uses roundOre() instead of inline rounding. - database.md: drop account_balances from the key-tables list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): robust service-role detection in correction document relink relink_documents_to_correction() keyed its service-role branch on auth.role(), which reads the singular request.jwt.claim.role GUC that PostgREST v10+ and the pg-real harness no longer populate. Genuine service-role callers (pending-ops executor / MCP approve) landed in the auth gate and could not relink underlag. Read the role from the request.jwt.claims JSON directly, mirroring the canonical link_voucher_rpcs_tenant_guard convention. Validated on staging. Also: harden the salary run page's error paths (res.json().catch) against non-JSON error bodies, and roll back the pg-real service-role case in finally so an aborted transaction cannot poison a pooled connection for the next test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(documents): restore journal_entry_line_id link durability (BFL 7 kap) Migration 20260704103000 rewrote enforce_document_journal_entry_immutability to guard journal_entry_id but left journal_entry_line_id to the metadata trigger, which exempts draft-linked docs -- and the entry-level trigger only fired on UPDATE OF journal_entry_id, so a line-id-only UPDATE never invoked it at all. That let a set journal_entry_line_id be cleared to NULL, breaking the "link durable from first set" invariant (document-immutability.pg regression). Widen the trigger to fire on journal_entry_line_id too and guard it with the same uuid-durability rule as journal_entry_id (setting NULL -> uuid stays allowed; clearing/re-pointing a set value is blocked, status-independent). The correction-relink GUC path, which legitimately clears line_id when moving underlag to the posted correction, stays exempt. Validated on staging. style: remove em/en dashes repo-wide, add CLAUDE.md rule against them (#890)
Em dashes (—) and en dashes (–) had spread across comments, docs, tests, and a few UI strings, reading as AI-generated boilerplate rather than house style. Replaced each with punctuation matching its context: colon for explanatory clauses, comma for asides, plain hyphen for numeric/legal ranges (e.g. "21-23§"), "to"/"till" for date ranges, parentheses for paired-dash asides. messages/en.json and messages/sv.json were fixed by hand together to keep sv/en in sync. Left untouched where the dash is the functional subject rather than decorative punctuation: date-range-parser.ts's separator regex, charset-repair.ts's CP1252 byte-mapping table (and its test), the SIE encoding mojibake docs, generic-csv.ts's minus-sign normalizer, the agent system-prompt files that already instruct against em dashes, and a golden iXBRL test fixture compared byte-for-byte. Also fixes two bugs surfaced along the way: an off-by-one in ApiKeysPanel's scope-label split (a leftover from an earlier partial pass), and a charset-repair test that had lost the literal en-dash it exists to verify. Regenerated the agent atom seed migration (skills:generate) since 27 SKILL.md files changed. Added a CLAUDE.md rule against em/en dashes, with an explicit carve-out for the functional-dash cases above. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(dimensions): PR8 salary — employees.default_dimensions, per-employee cost lines, aggregation re-key (#869)
Employees carry a default dimensions bag and the salary booking puts each
employee's cost on their kostnadsställe/projekt
(dev_docs/dimensions_implementation_plan.md PR8):
- employees.default_dimensions (migration 20260702220000; jsonb DEFAULT
'{}' + object CHECK)
- salary-entries: the one-line-per-account aggregation is re-keyed to
account+bag — P&L cost lines (löner incl. line items + base remainder,
arbetsgivaravgifter, semesteravsättning + dess avgifter, pension, SLP)
split per employee bag while every balance-sheet/settlement leg (2710,
1930, 2731, 29xx, 2740, 2514) stays aggregated; liability credits equal
the sum of the rounded debit buckets so entries balance by construction;
dimension-less runs book byte-identically to before. Replaces the dead
SalaryRunEmployee.cost_center/project pair (never wired)
- both book routes (dashboard + v1) read the bag via the employees join —
read-at-book, so the run review shows exactly what will book
- employee form (new + edit) gets a gated Kostnadsställe/Projekt card;
run review shows per-employee dims chips; run GET + v1 employee
routes/schemas + MCP list_employees carry the field
- pre-merge audit: all salary reports (salary-journal, AGI,
avgifter-basis, vacation-liability) read salary_run_employees — not
journal lines — and every ledger consumer sums per account, so the
line split breaks nothing; SIE export + dimension P&L pick the split
up as intended
8 new engine propagation tests + book-route dims flow test.

fix: audit batch — pagination truncation, MFA/dead-code cleanup, mark-paid fail-closed (#841)
* fix(reports): paginate 8 more report/ledger queries (1000-row truncation) Raw .select() without fetchAllRows() silently caps at PostgREST's 1000-row limit, producing wrong statutory output for high-volume companies. Following #806 (trial-balance/VAT), wrap the remaining offenders in fetchAllRows + a stable .order('id') + dedupeBy: - ink2-engine / ne-engine: INK2 & NE-bilaga tax declarations under-counted - ar-reconciliation (1510/1513), supplier-reconciliation (2440): phantom "Ej avstämd" gaps - full-archive-export: 7-year DR archive (added a unique total order so rows are not silently skipped/duplicated across pages) - avgifter-basis, currency-revaluation, vat-declaration Adds a regression guard test asserting >1000 ledger lines are summed, not truncated at 1000. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): close extension-dispatcher MFA gap, scope /api/events to API key, sweep dead code Security/correctness: - ext/[...path] dispatcher now uses requireAuth() instead of inline supabase.auth.getUser(), enforcing MFA (AAL2) on hosted across the whole enabled-extension surface (banking sync, document upload/booking, supplier invoices, migration). Ratchets antipatterns-baseline raw-route-auth 168->165. - /api/events now filters by the API key's bound company_id instead of the user's active company (was a cross-company read with a scoped key). - enable-banking OAuth callback calls ensureInitialized() at module load so the PSD2 consent audit event (ASVS V16 / GDPR Art.30) isn't dropped on a cold-start instance. Dead-code sweep (all confirmed zero importers): - delete lib/tax/calculator.ts, lib/salary/engangsskatt.ts (+test), lib/email/resend.ts, lib/salary/salary-transaction-matcher.ts, lib/webhooks/diff.ts, lib/salary/effective-values.ts, lib/bookkeeping/template-prompt.ts - trim unused lib/vat/eu-countries.ts helpers (keep EU_COUNTRIES) - remove dead getAutomaticStatus() and the abandoned Activepieces CSP entry Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): fail closed when a payment journal entry doesn't post Three mark-paid paths (legacy route, v1 API, agent commit) diverged on the "mark paid but the JE failed" case — two would flip the invoice to paid (or leave an orphaned posted voucher) with no booking, silently diverging the GL from the AR/AP sub-ledger. Unify on fail-closed: - legacy + v1 + agent commitMarkInvoicePaid: never mark paid without a posted voucher; on a null/failed JE return INVOICE_PAID_BOOK_FAILED before any state mutation (v1 mirrors the match-invoice strict mode). - agent path: add the .in('status',[...]).select('id') CAS guard and cancel the orphaned voucher (cancelOrphanedPaymentEntry) on a lost race or update error, matching the web route. - legacy route: cancel the orphan on a non-race update error too (was only handled on the race branch). - supplier mark-paid: stop swallowing a failed supplier_invoice_payments insert — that row drives the reversal amount in payment-sync; roll back the status flip and cancel the voucher instead. - pending-ops orchestrator: error-check the terminal 'committed' write so an op stranded in 'committing' (the expire sweep only targets 'pending') is at least logged loudly. Adds a guard test for the legacy fail-closed path. Full unit suite green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ci): unblock core build + address compliance-review findings - avgifter-basis.ts: fix the core-build TypeScript error — PostgREST's type-level select parser models the salary_run embed as an array, which wasn't assignable to the object-typed generic. Type it `unknown` (rows are read via an explicit cast), making it robust across postgrest-js versions. - /api/events: add a non-null companyId guard before the event_log query (defense-in-depth for the API-key-bound scope) — addresses ASVS V8.2.1 / ISO A.5.15. - supplier mark-paid: add a CAS guard (.eq('status', newStatus)) to the payment-insert-failure rollback so a concurrent settlement can't be clobbered — addresses ASVS V2.3. - dispatcher: add an AAL2 regression test asserting a non-MFA session is rejected (403) and the extension handler never runs — addresses the GDPR Art.32 review ask for the single extension chokepoint. Verified deletions are safe: effective-values.ts was a dead duplicate — the live AGI/payslip path inlines the same `?? override` coalescing (generate-declaration.ts), so AGI correctness is unaffected. next build: exit 0. Full unit suite: 6147 passing. ESLint clean. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(salary): let an enskild firma employ staff while blocking owner/board payroll (#797)
An enskild firma that hires staff should get the payroll module, but its owner or board can never be on payroll (owner compensation is egna uttag / BAS 2013, not lön). - Migration 20260628120000 adds the enforce_ef_no_owner_employee trigger (BEFORE INSERT OR UPDATE OF employment_type) as the all-paths backstop. - lib/salary/employment-rules.ts is the app-layer mirror (forbidden set kept byte-identical to the trigger); getCompanyEntityType() resolves the same company_settings -> companies precedence. - The two UI salary routes and the v1 POST guard before insert/update for a clean 400 with guidance. - Payroll nav + Lön settings now show for any employer (aktiebolag OR company_settings.pays_salaries), wired through the dashboard layout. Add/pdf and templates (#705)
* fix(invoices): apply configured voucher series to payments + preview next voucher The booking engine resolves the series from default_voucher_series_per_source_type, but the global "Standardserie" dropdown wrote a separate field the engine ignored, and cash-method invoice payments (invoice_cash_payment) weren't exposed in settings — so configured series were silently dropped to "A". - Expose cash/private payment source types in the per-source-type form - Write the global default through to the map on save, keeping overrides - Resolve voucher-sequences/next by source_type (+date) to match the engine - Show the upcoming voucher (V2) in the payment dialog title - Share resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType so preview and booking can't drift Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): keep AGI panel in sync with Skatteverket signing state The AGI panel mixed run-scoped generation state (agi_generated_at, agi_declarations) with period-scoped submission state (extension_data agi_submission_{period}), so the two could drift and present contradictory UI. Reconcile them: - Auto-detect a Mina Sidor BankID signature: while awaiting_signing, poll /agi/kvittenser on mount and on tab refocus so the panel flips to "signed" (hiding the signing actions) without a manual "Hamta kvittens" click. - Warn instead of offering to sign when the locked granskningsunderlag predates the run's latest AGI generation (draftIsStale) — avoids filing superseded figures. - Self-heal a stale "AGI-XML saknas" error once the run's AGI is (re)generated out-of-band (MCP/API/other tab). - Refetch the salary run on tab focus so agi_generated_at reflects out-of-band generation without a hard reload. - /agi/lasUpp now clears the cached agi_submission_{period} record, so unlocking drops the panel back to the pre-submission state instead of stranding it on a released "redo att signeras" draft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: Implement VAT registration handling and invoice item line types - Added VAT registration check in commitCreateInvoice to set VAT rate to 0% for non-VAT registered companies. - Updated invoice creation logic to reflect 'exempt' VAT treatment and adjusted related fields accordingly. - Introduced support for free-text and blank spacer rows in invoice items by adding a new line_type field. - Enhanced invoice and credit note handling to accommodate new line types. - Added new localized messages for text rows in English and Swedish. - Created tests for salary run approval logic, ensuring bank details are validated correctly. - Implemented effective net payout calculation for salary runs, considering tax overrides. - Added SQL migrations to support new invoice item line types and accounting method awareness for linking invoices to vouchers. * feat(articles): artikelregister with revenue account + VAT rate per article Article register (non-inventory) with per-article VAT rate and optional BAS class-3 revenue-account override. Includes API routes, UI pages, MCP tools, pending-operation staging, and the activate-or-create account flow (ACCOUNTS_NOT_IN_CHART -> ActivateAccountsDialog, unknown numbers -> AddAccountDialog) reusing the journal entry UX. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): no-doc-required batch + bulk-missing endpoints Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(payments): supplier payment lines + cash-method invoice matching Shared payment-line proposal for supplier invoices, improved match-invoice/match-supplier-invoice flows (kontantmetoden-aware), and voucher-link support without requiring a 151x clearing entry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(bookkeeping): new journal entry dialog, SIE import tweaks, misc New journal entry dialog component, journal list/page updates, invoice editor updates, SIE import adjustments, transaction ingest and api-key tweaks, pr-agent workflow update. Add/user feedback (#679)
* feat(bookkeeping): make blocked fiscal-year creation actionable When creating a new räkenskapsår is blocked because a prior period is still open, the "Skapa räkenskapsår" dialog no longer dead-ends on an English toast. The API now returns the canonical bilingual error envelope with the blocking periods (id/name/dates) under details, and the dialog renders a Swedish panel that locks them inline (reversible locked_at) via the existing /lock endpoint and retries creation. The guard rule is unchanged and remains BFL-compliant: BFL 6 kap allows löpande bokföring of the new year in parallel with the prior year's bokslut, so a lock (not a full close) is sufficient and reversible. - Add PERIOD_CREATE_BLOCKED_BY_OPEN_PERIODS structured error code - Return envelope + details.blockingPeriods from the 409 (was English string) - CreatePeriodDialog: inline "lås och skapa" panel + lock-and-retry - Update route tests for the new envelope shape Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ui): prevent mouse wheel from mutating number inputs A focused <input type="number"> would change its value on scroll, silently turning e.g. a 20000 salary into 19998. Blur number inputs on wheel so the page scrolls instead of editing the value. Applied at the Input primitive so all number fields are protected. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): auto-derive skattetabell and kolumn for employees Replace the opaque manual "Skattetabell (29-42)" and "Kolumn (1-6)" inputs on the employee form with a self-deriving flow: the user picks their folkbokföringskommun from a searchable dropdown and the tax table fills itself in, while the column derives from the personnummer we already collect. - Add a searchable municipality picker (MunicipalityCombobox) backed by a new cached GET /api/salary/tax-tables/kommuner endpoint. - Wrap the whole "Skatt" card in a self-contained EmployeeTaxCard used by both the create and edit pages, with InfoTooltips and named column options. - deriveTaxColumn(): auto-select column 1 for under-66 employees; leave the ambiguous 66+ case (pension vs working senior) to a clearly-named manual choice. - Fix fetchKommunTaxRates() to page through all ~1300 församling rows instead of a single 500-row page (which silently dropped ~200 kommuner, incl. Göteborg) and normalize the uppercase names to title case. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): correct CSV amount-column guess and surface skipped rows Manual CSV column-mapping auto-guess walked each data row right-to-left and picked the first numeric cell as the amount, so on the common ...;Belopp;Saldo layout it grabbed the trailing running-balance column. Extract the guess into a pure, tested suggestColumnMapping(): match header labels first (belopp/amount -> amount, saldo/balance -> balance), auto-fill the balance field, and fall back to value heuristics that skip the balance column and prefer a column carrying negative values. Also surface stats.skipped_rows + parse warnings in BankFileConfirmStep - the manual-mapping path skips the preview step that was the only place they showed, so skipped rows were silently dropped from view. Add a unit test reproducing the Saldo-as-amount regression. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add "Save as draft" functionality for invoices - Implemented a new feature to allow users to save invoices as unnumbered drafts without generating an invoice number until finalized. - Added a `save_as_draft` flag to the CreateInvoiceInput schema to handle draft saving logic. - Updated the invoice creation API to skip number allocation when saving as a draft. - Introduced a new endpoint for finalizing drafts, which allocates an invoice number and emits an `invoice.created` event. - Enhanced the UI to include a "Save as draft" button, with loading states and tooltips. - Updated tests to cover the new draft saving and finalization logic, including race conditions for concurrent modifications. - Added relevant error handling for draft finalization and deletion scenarios. * feat(employee): add employment start and end date fields to employee forms * feat: enhance invoice and salary run handling with improved validation and event logging --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Accounted rebrand + swarm-skill cleanup + bank-reconciliation fixes (#643)
* feat(reconciliation): close the bank-feed loop on voucher links and re-tag mis-typed opening balances
Two related fixes to bank reconciliation correctness:
1. Auto-reconcile on voucher link. Linking an invoice or supplier invoice to
an existing voucher previously advanced only the invoice — the bank
transaction that paid it kept sitting in the Transactions inbox with a null
journal_entry_id. linkInvoiceToVoucher / linkSupplierInvoiceToVoucher now
call autoReconcileTransactionForLinkedVoucher (lib/reconciliation), which
links the bank transaction to the same verifikat when exactly one unbooked
line matches it. Best-effort and post-commit: a failure here never fails the
link. The result surfaces reconciledTransactionId; the inbox row leaves the
list and the UI shows link_success_tx_reconciled.
2. Re-tag mis-typed opening balances. getReconciliationStatus and the GL-line
matching RPCs identify a cash account's ingående balans solely by
journal_entries.source_type='opening_balance'. Companies migrated from other
systems often booked the bank IB as an ordinary voucher (source_type
'import' or 'manual'), so it was never excluded and surfaced as a phantom
reconciliation difference equal to the opening balance. Adds:
- migration mark_entry_as_opening_balance: a GUC-gated carve-out in the
immutability trigger plus a SECURITY DEFINER RPC that validates the entry
(balance-sheet lines only, dated on a fiscal-period boundary), flips the
source_type, and writes an audit row — no blanket data sweep.
- POST /api/reconciliation/bank/mark-opening-balance + MarkOpeningBalanceSchema.
- BankReconciliationView action to trigger it from the IB diff.
The gnubok_create_voucher executor now accepts a typed is_opening_balance flag
and derives source_type='opening_balance' only after validating class 1/2 lines
on the period start, so new IBs land correctly typed.
Covered by lib/reconciliation auto-reconcile tests, voucher-executors tests,
and a mark-entry-as-opening-balance pg-real test.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
* chore: rebrand gnubok → Accounted and prune swarm agent skills
Product rebrand and skills housekeeping. No runtime behaviour change.
Rebrand: replace user-visible "gnubok" with "Accounted" across docs, READMEs,
in-code comments, doc-site content, MCP skill/resource prose, and the
gnubok-mcp package description. The MCP resource URI scheme is moved gnubok://
→ Accounted:// consistently across resource registrations, the event-type
comment, and the resource/skill tests. Deliberately preserved as stable
identifiers (NOT rebranded): the gnubok-company-id cookie, gnubok_sk_ / gnubok_inv_
token prefixes, the gnubok-mcp npm bridge name, and the AGI <gem:Programnamn>
value (kept 'gnubok' per its source comment — it is the software identifier sent
to Skatteverket and must not churn across visual rebrands).
Skills: remove the 27 swarm-* agent SKILL.md atoms (no longer used; already
absent from the agent_atom_registry in prod), refresh the remaining skill docs,
add the .claude/rules/ path-scoped rule set, and regenerate the
seed_agent_atom_bodies migration + .skill-body-manifest.json via
`npm run skills:generate` so the DB-backed skill bodies match the trimmed set.

Fix/m sprint fixes (#613)
* fix(dashboard): exclude ignored and already-triaged transactions from stale count The "Gamla transaktioner" widget counted transactions that had been ignored or already marked as is_business=true but not yet booked, so users saw a nag for a row they had already dealt with — and the /transactions inbox correctly hid it. Align the count with the inbox criterion (is_business IS NULL, is_ignored = false) so the widget clears when the row leaves the inbox. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): read entity_type from settings response wrapper The transactions page read entityRes.entity_type directly, but /api/settings returns { data: { entity_type, ... } }. The expression was always undefined, so setEntityType never fired and entityType stayed at its initial 'enskild_firma'. The template picker's entity_type filter then dropped every aktiebolag-tagged user template for AB customers — only entity_type='all' templates made it through. feat: voucher linking, recovery ops, and salary overrides (#591)
* feat: voucher linking, recovery ops, and salary overrides Adds reversible/correction-style write paths that customers and agents have been asking for, plus per-run salary employee overrides. Invoice → voucher linking - POST /api/invoices/[id]/link-to-voucher and GET /api/invoices/[id]/voucher-candidates - lib/invoices/voucher-matching.ts with full + pg test coverage - LinkVoucherPicker UI in PaymentBookingDialog - pending_operations.operation_type expanded with link_invoice_voucher (medium risk) and a (journal_entry_id, invoice_id) unique guard - MCP: gnubok_find_voucher_candidates_for_invoice and gnubok_link_invoice_to_voucher tools SIE undo - POST /api/import/sie/[id]/undo + undo_sie_import RPC - sie_imports.status gains 'undone' - ImportResultStep surfaces the action; structured error SIE_UNDO_FAILED Edit-recreate journal entries - POST /api/bookkeeping/journal-entries/[id]/edit-recreate - Bookkeeping detail page wires it into the existing edit flow Delete-last-voucher clears IB link - Trigger + pg test ensure deleting the last voucher of a period nulls the opening_balance_journal_entry_id link so a re-import lands cleanly Salary employee overrides - salary_run_employees gains per-run override fields + migration - lib/salary/effective-values.ts centralises resolved values; all payslip, payment, AGI, KU, and booking routes read through it - SalaryOverridePanel on the employee detail page Account classifier - lib/bookkeeping/account-classifier.ts + tests; AddAccountDialog uses it - backfill-import-accounts script updated Misc - toast: minor styling tweak - AGI generate-declaration: respect effective values - structured-errors: new LINK_INVOICE_VOUCHER namespace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: add link_invoice_voucher operation type to pending_operations * feat: refactor salary run calculations and update error handling for SIE imports * fix: PR review feedback on voucher linking and SIE recovery pg-real (blocking): - tests/pg/delete-last-voucher-ib: drop posted_at = now() from the seed UPDATE — journal_entries has no posted_at column. - lib/invoices/__tests__/voucher-matching.pg: seed the posted voucher before closing the fiscal period so enforce_period_lock doesn't block the INSERT during setup. voucher-matching error codes and rollback: - Add LINK_VOUCHER_DB_ERROR (HTTP 500) and return it on real invoice UPDATE / payment INSERT failures. Previously these returned LINK_VOUCHER_VOUCHER_NOT_FOUND (404) which the pending-op dispatcher auto-rejects on transient DB errors. - Log rollback failures explicitly so an invoice left in a half-linked state (advanced status, no payment row) surfaces for manual reconciliation instead of disappearing silently. resyncNextPeriodOpeningBalance ordering: - Create the new IB first, relink the period FK, then storno the old IB. Previously the storno ran first; if createJournalEntry failed the next period was left with a reversed IB and nothing to replace it, and executeSIEImport swallows the error as a non-fatal warning. replace_period_opening_balance_link: - Tighten role check to owner/admin (was owner/admin/member). Matches delete_last_voucher and undo_sie_import. Data minimisation: - /api/invoices/[id]/voucher-candidates and the matching MCP tools now project only the invoice and customer fields the matcher reads, instead of returning the full customer row. Schema bounds: - SalaryEmployeeOverrideSchema caps each numeric override at 10 MSEK to catch typos before they reach the ledger or AGI. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): supply user_id when seeding voucher_sequences voucher_sequences.user_id is NOT NULL (per the multi-tenant refactor in 20260330130000). The previous test seed only set company_id / fiscal_period_id / voucher_series, which made the seed fail with a constraint violation on the latest pg-real run. Pass the same userId used elsewhere in the seed helper. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): scope delete-last-voucher RPC assertions inside the tx withUserContext always ROLLBACKs, so any DELETE the RPC performs is discarded when the callback returns. The previous test then queried journal_entries via a fresh getPool() connection that only saw the pre-RPC committed seed state — hence "expected '1' to be '0'". Move every post-RPC assertion (entry count, period FK clear, opening_balances_set flip, audit log entry, sie_imports clear) inside the same withUserContext callback so they observe the uncommitted state before ROLLBACK fires. Also fix the sie_imports INSERT: the column is `filename`, not `file_name`, and `sie_type` is NOT NULL. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tests): assert against the IB-marker audit row directly DELETE on journal_entries fires two audit_log writes: the generic write_audit_log() trigger row ("Deleted journal_entries record") and the delete_last_voucher RPC's explicit "(was period IB)" entry. Both land at the same statement_timestamp(), so ORDER BY created_at DESC LIMIT 1 returned the trigger row non-deterministically in CI. Switch to a presence check with a LIKE filter on the IB marker so the test verifies what it actually cares about — that the RPC's IB-aware audit row exists. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(db): set company_id on delete_last_voucher audit_log rows 20260528120000_delete_last_voucher_clears_ib_link.sql inserts directly into audit_log without setting company_id. audit_log's SELECT policy filters company_id IN user_company_ids(), so those rows landed with company_id=NULL and were invisible to every reader — only the generic write_audit_log() trigger row remained visible. That broke BFL audit- trail intent: the "(was period IB)" provenance row was never readable. Republish delete_last_voucher with p_company_id populated on both audit_log INSERTs (draft path and posted path). Behavior is otherwise unchanged; the pg-real test for the IB-clear flow now sees the RPC-written marker row as expected.
