build(deps): regenerate lucide-react 1.22 lockfile on current main with npm 10 (#639)

Rebuilt on top of post-#884 main so the two lockfile rewrites do not
clobber each other; npm 10 used to match CI (node 20). Full production
build verified locally; all imported icon identifiers exist in 1.22.0.
