Klass: UNKNOWN — överlevde 2 healing-försök, stoppar auto-retry.
Run: https://git.siax.io/sax3l/0pt/actions/runs/32906
Workflow: release.yml

Felkontext:

echo "::error::siax-templates $SIAX_TEMPLATES_REF moved (now $actual_sha, pinned $SIAX_TEMPLATES_PINNED_SHA) -- refusing to run an unreviewed version of the gate. Re-review and update SIAX_TEMPLATES_PINNED_SHA deliberate
shell: bash --noprofile --norc -e -o pipefail {0}
❌  Failure - Main Fetch siax-templates G17 reference (pinned)
exitcode '128': failure
🏁  Job failed
Job 'Build, push, G17 (SBOM/scan/attest/verify/evidence)' failed

Nästa steg: mänsklig åtgärd. Playbook: UNKNOWN, repo 0pt, workflow release.yml.
