Edge /api/vehicles (RDW NL, live now) + /api/screen (OpenSanctions, live now), both defer to engine when ENGINE_URL set. Engine: /vehicles/{plate} + /screen endpoints; workers/resolve (blocking+fuzzy entity resolution, now used by pipeline); workers/queue (in-process job queue); sources/financials (Companies House accounts + XBRL path). py_compile + tsc + next build green.

Env-guarded so build stays green: /api/payments/[order_id]/deposit+release + /api/webhooks/stripe (lazy Stripe, 50/50 escrow, 501 until keys); /api/auth login|me|logout (HMAC signed-session scaffold, guarded dev login); lib/engine bridges edge->FastAPI (estimates defers to ENGINE_URL when set); components/embed for NocoDB/Metabase signed URLs; .env.example full inventory. tsc 0, build green.

lib/db (env-guarded postgres-js), lib/orders-store (createOrder/getOrder/listOrders/setStatus, DB-or-memory), /api/orders (POST create+estimate, GET list), /api/orders/[id] (GET, PATCH status with escrow-safe state machine). Activates fully on DATABASE_URL/POSTGRES_URL.
